Best Western Pasadena Inn

Nice good sized room with fridge and free wifi. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is included. Room was reasonably priced. The breakfast was relatively good- they did have fresh fruit (YAY!) and this great pancake making machine. Came into Pasadena for an event that was at the Rose Bowl and also in the old town section. Both areas were easy to get to by car- about 15 mins drive. There was food across the street and the Hotel had information to order food in (expensive but available).

It was very nice to stay at this hotel I loved the room. It's very luxurious and I loved the towels the way that folded them so cute and I would give the hotel a ten rating because it was perfect thanks again for a great stay

This BW in Pasadena served the purpose I needed in lodging. It is a 2 story motor court type of hotel/motel with exterior corridors. The rooms themselves seem to be newly renovated and all furnishings and flooring were in top condition. TV channel choices were plentiful and there's even a guest laundry. Small issue upon check in trying to apply a gift card, but the desk staff resolved it very satisfactorily. It's in a good location close to a lot of shops/restaurants and a short drive to downtown Pasadena.

Changed my double queen room for a king. Management would not change it back. Blamed me for the wrong room. Save your money and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels in Pasadena with better Management.

Our room was very clean and fresh. We had problem with the pillows but finally we fell asleep. As for breakfast, it was great but I wish whole egg was being provided and tastier sausages. Other than that, every other products such as coffee, fruits, pastries, more breakfast options to choose, were great.

Had an event and wanted to stay close enough to ride share and not have it be a fortune. This is a good value with hot and cold breakfast, they even have a pancake machine for you to see your pancakes being prepared.

The staff was nice and welcoming. We had an adequate sized room for two people. The pool area was clean and it was fun to have a bath there. Next to the hotel, there is a great mexican restaurant, just a few feet down the street. One downside of the property is its very small brakfast room: Way too small for the number of room/people.

Been coming here for years. Good, clean, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Also excellent desk service - they really try hard to address all issues and concerns. I keep coming back here for a reason . . . .

Beds are comfortable, rooms including the bathroom very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend the pancake maker in the Breakfast Room, kids will love it. :-) Great location and several restaurants are within walking distance.

While this hotel is a little different then the one across the street. It is very clean and friendly for the location and the price. The pool and spa are nice now that the weather is better so for the lower price it is worth the stay. Good restaurant and gas close by.

Staff is unprofessional. Place is noisy with guests repairing cars all hours of the night. No room microwave. Lobby microwave was dirty. Can hear shower in next door room. Unfriendly atmosphere. Room was clean bedding nice.

Stayed here with family. Clean rooms, bed a bit hard, breakfast was very good, eggs, great coffee even flavored creamers! Easy to find and in a good neighborhood. Close to good restaurants, close to whole food for shopping. Nostalgic area with lots of interesting buildings

We stayed only 1 night because we were enroute to visit family. Our king bed was very clean, comfy and no foul odors. No bed bugs -- that 's a huge!! It's not in the best part of Pasadena, the BW here should actuallly be $30 less per night. But it's a win when we don't see any mildew, it's welll maintaned and the plumbing works without issues.

This hotel has been thoroughly rude to deal with. I cancelled my room in advance and notified them. They have charged me the full rate and have refused to answer any of my requests for a refund. They are greedy and rude. Please stay somewhere else in Pasadena there are many other hotels to choose from and if you change your mind they will charge you the full rate. No question.

Clean room in a decent location. Good sized room. I would stay here again. This was my first visit to Pasadena. It was very quiet. Whole Foods and coffee shops are all nearby. Easy access to parking..

Staff are helpful and kind. Front desk staff make us coffee when we asked and breakfast server made fried eggs for us when breakfast is almost closed. Location is good. When check in , the staff tried their best to assign the rooms to meet our requests.

Clean rooms reasonably priced with great staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. My TV wasn't working the night I checked in and maintenance had it repaired promptly the next day. Adequate breakfast with the usual options. Will definitely stay here again.

Great room for fair price. Quiet and safe area. Fast check in and clean room. Was required to put down a 100$ deposit. During breakfast, I really enjoyed the make your own pancake station. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel is conveniently located; near Hollywood, Downtown L.A. Staple Center, Dodger Stadium. There's a lot of great restaurants, clubs, attractions, near the hotel as well! The hotel is very clean, and even the standard rooms have all the necessary amenities. The staff has good customer service, and the price is a great value!

Our experience here was much better than at the BW "Plus" hotel in Carpinteria. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, everything we needed. The front desk was pleasant and efficient. Location was perfect for us--between downtown Pasadena and the LA County Arboretum, an easy drive to everyplace we wanted to go. The pool/jacuzzi was one of the best ever.

I have had my crews stay at Best Westerns from Portland, OR all the way down to El Centro, CA without issue-Until this property. They didn't like myself or my crew and in return, I really didn't like them, their management or owners. I have been a "Diamond Select" member for the past 3 years. This is supposed to mean something-but not at this property. I don't want to continue bashing this property, but just know it's not for people in construction. I saw it was used for the casual traveler, some people seemed to be long term tenants, and men/women having "discreet encounters". The rooms are okay. There are no microwaves in the room. They have a "common" (no COVID issues there eh?) microwave in the laundry room-which closes at 10PM. The mattress was a little too firm for me personally. They have a great selection of cable channels. Plenty of other amenities-towels, hand towels, Coffee Maker, etc. I can't comment on room service as there isn't any due to COVID. The rooms are clean upon initial entry. They did accommodate us with items we had delivered for my project so I was grateful for that.

I love this motel. Everything is so clean and efficient. The staff is very communicative and they attend to any issues right away. Parking is super convenient. There is laundry on site. Breakfast is included: eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, drinks and more. Employees still wear masks, which I find comforting. There is only one microwave for the whole motel (in the laundry room) but this keeps the rooms clean.

Room was comfortable and very clean... Room smelled clean upon entering. Wifi was free and working well. Good size t.v. in the room. Hotel provided a small coffeemaker and refrigerator, as well. Fairly spacious rooms and everything worked fine. Pool and hot tub facilities were available and working. Pleasant staff at check in and check out. They had a fairly nice breakfast. Hotel is close to a few restaurants. Great experience!!

Excellent hotel for the money. Staff were always very helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. Air conditioning/heater not noisy as in many other hotel chains. Location perfect for my needs. Lots of restaurants close by. My go-to hotel for the Pasadena area.

Stayed here with a friend visiting LA for the weekend. Chose this hotel because it was in a decent location for a good price. Typical budget chain hotel. The room was a bit dated, but was clean and tidy. Plenty of hot water and the toilet flushed well. Wifi worked well, so overall the amenities were decent. Parking is slightly limited if it gets busy, was a bit harder to find when it was late at night. Overall I do recommend this hotel if you want to find a decent cheap hotel in the Pasadena/LA area.

This was the end location of a recent roadtrip and it was a pleasant surprise how nice this place ended up being. Check-in was quick and painless. The room was clean and very comfortable. The COVID modified breakfast experience was quick and easy with tons of choices. We also felt very safe there. SoCal has a homeless problem and there was a guy that wandered into the parking lot and a staff member quickly and professionally asked him to leave. Best Western has become my go to for a mid tier place to stay while not busting the budget. Highly recommended.

Management personnel were intelligent, kind, and very professional. The extra help from service workers was very much appreciated, as my husband and I are seniors. The rooms were very clean and orderly. The location in Pasadena was central to our individual business and recreational needs.

The hotel is not really bad at all I just think they need a later check out better breakfast even due to colvin and the furniture update biggest problem here is the parking I had to park outside the hotel

Check in was fine…albeit a bit weird due to it being behind a night window. The room smelled nice; the bed, TV, and fridge were all good. The property was within walking distance of an iconic burger place (The Original Tops). The air conditioner provided adequate cooling and white noise. The decor was lacking, but that was to be expected in a budget motel. Because they are still in COVID protocol they only offered a grab and go breakfast, which was okay (banana and bottled water were useful). My issue was the shower…no matter how much I fiddled with it the temperature never got above tepid, so I had to take a “refreshing” shower; Unacceptable. Also, the sink had no stopper so I felt guilty for using so much water during this severe drought. Thus a four became a three just like that.

Upon arrival for our stay, my wife and I were a little apprehensive because we saw several "permanent residents" walking around with no shoes on. I was also a little put off by having to check-in and conduct all business through the "night check-in" window. 1st impressions made me think it wasn't a very safe hotel. But, the staff were able to recommend a good sushi restaurant which was close by. there is also a Sprouts market & 7-11 within walking distance too! There were some tasty looking Mexican food restaurants nearby too and a taco truck down the street on the corner. Overall, I felt safe and the parking lot was full of cars the next morning. I did not experience any excessive loud guests or residents, but we easily could have. The grab and go breakfast was adequate and the in-room coffee maker was nice, but the coffee lacked flavor. The Pasadena Inn gets a vote of Very Good and a recommendation from this BW Rewards member.

We always stay at Best Westerns, I'm a rewards member. The fact that we basically had to service our oun room was not acceptable, down to collecting our own linens each morning along with servicing the coffee bar and emptying our own trash

These days, it seems like it is getting harder and harder to find a decent hotel room for under $100. So I was pleasantly surprised that for $89, I got a nice, comfortable, and exceptionally clean room at this Best Western. The property is well maintained and felt secure. Good location close to downtown Pasadena. Staff were all professional and friendly. Overall a great value for the money.

On previous stays the property was quiet and pleasant. During this stay, the parking lot, halls and stairways were full of groups and individuals drinking, smoking, talking loudly, playing loud music in cars, etc.

Had a terrible experience at a Airbnb, so I decided to go to the Best Western. I had stayed at a Best Western in my hometown so I used my rewards to come to Pasadena. So happy with the experience, the Airbnb had me feeling down but right when I checked in at the hotel I felt at ease. It was also great to have Ralphs, Subway, Rosa, Tilly's and other stores including an Arco and 76 gas stations close by. I loved having them only one block away.

Staff was good w/covid precautions upon checking in. Got to room and it was not very clean. Floor was vinyl and your shoes stuck when walking, dust in corners. I sat on bed and it was very poor and seemed broken. Made loud noises every time I sat down. When I pulled back the covers there was hair in the sheets, a burn hole in the sheets and stains in the sheets, EEEWWW! I was already dreading spending the night there until I pulled back the covers. Then I knew it was time to GO. I told the staff the problems, they put me in. another room. It was better, but still average at best. The air did not come close to keeping set temp (had it at 62, felt like 80). It was one of those places that you don't want to take your shoes off or get under the covers. :( When showering the next morning, I grabbed a washcloth to wash my face and it was all stained up. Time to swap out the linens/towels, etc!!! Bring your earplugs, it is noisy. they did offer a grab n go breakfast during covid which was nice. Pastry, fruit, water and granola bar. The hot tub was closed. pool seemed open.

The customer service was great the rooms where great the location was great just the overall experience was great me and my boyfriend came and stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay literally have nothing to complain about

The rooms are big and clean, and the staff has strict Covid protocols, which I appreciate very much. Breakfast in a grab bag is usually a banana, bear claw, snack bars and bottled water. The premises are monitored by cameras, so I feel like my car is safe. I prefer to wear earplugs at night to keep out the small amount of freeway noise. All in all, a great motel.

Location is very central. Room is small. Grab to go breakfast. There is no daily housekeeping. There is no microwave in the room. Easy to find car park surrounding the hotel. Room was clean including the bath room.

The hotel room, breakfast, cleanliness and service were decent to make another visit however the parking with so many utility trucks is the NIGHTMARE! Not all cars are compact enough to fit in the smaller spaces next to these trucks that go over into the next spaces. I don't want my car damaged on either side by any door. There was a couple nights that 4-5 trucks went over their spaces making the next space smaller for a much smaller compact car to fit. Four nights of inconsiderate truck drivers makes me not want to try a next visit. I took pictures of some trucks and their parking and will share. Patrons need to be aware of this nightmare parking when booking. Good money is paid to stay at your hotel but the inconvenience and inconsideration of guests with these utility trucks needs to be noted and or action taken. A low rating is for the parking.

I just needed a decent, quiet place to crash overnight and his hotel filled the bill. I prefer to stay at BWs. I missed the breakfast (chronic late sleeper) but Coco's was just down the road. I wish it had a couple Tesla Destination Chargers, but no such luck.

it was clean, and enticing with the decor, the staff was exceptionally wonderful. breakfast was ok. some hot fffod, fruit - typical stuff. (thank you). our only problem was with parking. one big truck pretty much takes over one side of the stall or the other. we glad we didn't have a big car. IF everyone could park straight in their own stall it would work much better. but alas, it simply doesn't happen.

This was an older hotel and while it was clean, it was lacking in many areas. The bed was lumpy, the room poorly lit and very small. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall. And the surrounding neighborhood wasn't one that I would feel safe taking a walk by myself.

The Best Western Pasadena Inn was a very clean and friendly place to stay. Was here for two nights for a swim meet for my daughter and felt like I got really good value for my money. Staff was very friendly, WiFi worked well, and it felt very safe.

This hotel is located centrally in Pasadena near Los Angeles making it very convenient to get around anywhere in the LA area. Customer service was extremely courteous. On site parking is free to all hotel guests. Room was spacious, very clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. Complimentary WiFi worked great. Included breakfast was more than elaborate. Pricing was reasonable making it a great value for money, probably the best. Certainly would very highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

The Pasadena Inn provided us with two nights of quiet, comfortable sleep. The location in east Pasadena is convenient to local attractions, but is away from the congested Old Town. The Inn has had its rooms updated with new finishes. It is not lavish, but is a good value. With parking and a decent breakfast included in the room rate, I can think of no reason to stay anywhere else when visiting the Pasadena area.

The service was fast and hospitable. A very nice, upgraded interior. No smoke smell (when stated as non-smoking room, sometimes there is an odor). Comfortable bed, clean room, extra towels were in the room (nice quality). Shower's water pressure was good. It was quiet even though the Inn was located on a main street. Would prefer a little more exterior lighting for security purposes.

The Rooms At This Hotel Are Very Well Maintained. They Look Like They Were Brand New. The Hotel Staff Are Very Friendly And Helpful. There Are Several Restaurants Within Walking Distance Of The Hotel. There Is Also A Grocery Store Within Walking Distance. Old Pasadena Is About 4 Miles Away Where There Are Many Restaurants And Shops.. There Is A Mexican Restaurant About 3 Blocks Away Called Margaritas Which Is Excellent. We Walked At Nite To The Restaurant And Felt Safe.

All of the reviews talk about how great the front desk is. It is true! Felissa was fabulous and we received such great service from Emanuel prior to our arrival! They have the market on hospitality! The rooms were clean and I could not hear any outside noise once we were in the rooms. Continental breakfast was great with a lot of variety. No need to stay anywhere else as far as I am concerned!

The customer service was excellent. We enjoyed the options at breakfast and clean pool. The location was ideal made for an easy and affordable weekend when in town for a wedding. Would stay at this property again.

Come back to Pasadena as often as I can (usually once a year) . Been coming here since 1998. Seen 2 different owners in this time with 2 different managers. My main recommendation for this inn is that I never look to change because the staff that run this establishment are always excellent. Erika the manager is always extremely respectful and courteous. Even the maids that do the rooms are courteous. The rooms are always spotless when they have cleaned them. There front of house are attentive also. At the end of the day it is an inn but you can get a full breakfast, they have vending machines, free water, a pool and even a sauna. The icing on the cake for business people is thy have computers in the lobby and also full WiFi that works really well. This is an honest review because I think when somebody does something well they should be congratulated. Hope it helps. Peter Miller.

i have no complains the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.The Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Great for price and location. Its very close to the 210fwy. definitely will be staying there again .

I was shocked at how clean this location is, parking can be tight if you are out an about late... staff is very attentive, check in staff goes above and beyond, fridge has a freezer and you get plenty of towels, lotion and shampoo...

Love this place!!! Do yourself a favor and stay at the Best Western Pasadena Inn. They're breakfast is amazing. You totally get what you pay for. All the staff is great too! Will be going back very soon.

It was Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Super easy check in with email precheck. The Front desk was nice and accommodating. Really Great for price and location. Easy access from freeway. I would stay here again.

Attitude is the magic key to maintain and improve businesses and it was well learned and applied to me any day and anytime. If I have to label the administration and staff I can say that service should be the adjective to distinguish this small but gigantic lovely hotel. As a businessman I have been very comfortable.

I went to Pasadena for a music festival. It was ending pretty late, so instead of driving home that night, I got a room for the night a couple days in advance. The price was very competitive, and the room and amenities were a good value for the price, I think. The room was clean and comfortable, or at at least on par for a standard hotel room. The staff were friendly. I was happy with my experience and would recommend this spot to others.

It doesn't look like much from the exterior, so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my room was. Super clean, nothing broken or run down. Fridge and coffee maker. Air conditioner worked great, I was there during 90-degree weather. Breakfast and swimming pool and nice big parking lot, easily accessible. Really nice staff cleaned my room even though I said I really only needed bath towels. I would definitely stay here again. A note, this is immediately next door to another Best Western so if you use Uber/Lyft sometimes the driver ends up at the wrong one.

My stay was smooth with easy check-in and -out, nice & simple breakfast, and very nice room. Parking was superb. Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Access to and from the freeway was quick and easy. Internet connection was simple and fast enough. Thanks!

This hotel, even though it's older, is well kept and clean. All the staff at this location are kind, helpful, and professional, from the check-in clerk to the breakfast crew. The room was clean and the carpet seemed new. I did not see dust on any surface. The bed was very comfortable. Although this hotel is located on Colorado Blvd, I did not hear any street noise in my room. This hotel is located off of a major freeway in So. CA so it makes it a great location to visit many locals in the area. We went to LA, the beach, and Hollywood during our stay and this hotel's location made it convenient to drive to these locations. In my opinion they also had one of the best breakfast selections I seen at a BW.

We stayed here for 3 nights... Courteous staff.. helped his with metro and local connectivity in LA... clean room.. Breakfast layout was ok ok... no option for vegetarians. outside food can be ordered and we did order pizza from nearby place on hotel's staff suggestion.

We wanted an inexpensive, clean hotel for a single night. The hotel was a little farther away from Old Town than we thought; but it was quieter that way and with a lot less traffic! Great service/hospitality from the desk clerk and a very clean room!

Elie at the front desk has excellent customer service skills. He helped me charge a route to LAX that kept me off the freeways. I did not like driving on the freeways and he was so understanding and that made my trip so much easier! I would highly recommend this hotel and Eli should get a promotion thank you

This property is very clean and conveniently located just a short drive to downtown LA and Hollywood. Near restaurants and shopping. The cleaning staff really does a great job keeping the rooms and exterior areas clean.

The room was clean and great for overnight travel rest. There was a place to park my vehicle next to the office since I was towing. It is easy to turn around and exit the parking lot. Breakfast is the usual continental as expected.

Clean place. The maids were cleaning the air conditioners outside of every room. The breakfast had hot food, not just danish. They also had individual cartons of soy milk, which tells me that they care about their guests enough to offer more than just the basics.

I am a long time loyalty member and always stay at BW properties. This place was older and had NO elevator...how is that legal? I struggled up stairs with bags and pull back the bed sheets and dirty, had black marks and so I pulled the next bed sheets down they had stains and hair. I asked for a new room since it was too late to go to new hotel. I slept maybe 5 hours checked out and would never go back.

To start with the positives, this is a very clean facility, and the rooms seem to have been recently refurbished, and are nicely appointed, with furnishings that are very familiar to those who stay with Best Western around the country. The WiFi works well, and the TV service is good. So what could be wrong? Firstly, the rooms are too small relative to the size of the standard heavier / "solid" BEst Western furnishings. For example the classic "square table" and two chairs are too large for the size of the room, and so are positioned rig/ ht in front of the P-TAC Air Conditioner making access to the air conditioning unit challenging / difficult. For a single occupant, tightness / shortage of space may not be an issue, but for two people, it becomes a bit challenging. The way the hotel is set up, most of the rooms open up to / face busy Colorado Blvd. As such there is traffic noise. The windows are older, and have thin single sheet glass and so minimal noise insulation. On the noise front, we were also woken up in the early hours by the voices and the TV of an adjoining room. There is no microwave in the room; if you need access to one then its a trip to the front office. Also, there is no where to hang up a small face or hand towel where the hand wash basin is, which just makes it awkward. As I stated, the facility is impecably clean, and the rooms are all refurbished, but there are these little things that seriously detract. One final comment is that this facility is really well located to a great sushi restaurant, (Gin Sushi across the road), and there is a Sprouts within a block. For the weary traveller there is a foot massage place across the way as well.

This is a well-run, friendly, comfortable, convenient and economical place to stay while in the charming city of Pasadena. The rooms are kept very clean, the breakfast is satisfactory, there is sufficient parking, and the Wi-fi works well. We found it was centrally located and had no trouble getting around from the lodging. You'll get good value when you stay here.

We checked for many hotels, close to The City of Hope (COH), and Best Western came through once again as our best value in the area! Rooms were comfortable, clean, and close enough to COH (7 miles), to be very convenient!

Clean, quiet, great night's sleep, super internet, exceptional breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. The tip from others is true: if you arrive very late, you might have trouble finding a parking spot as the lot does fill up.

We - family of 5 - chose this hotel due to its location close to the highway network. And being a foreigner, living on route 66 is a plus :-) Beds are good, linen always clean. But the rooms are on the dark side with just one window looking out on the parking lot. Breakfast was standard for these chains - ok but nothing fancy. Rooms were quite despite the proximity of the boulevard and we all slept well.

Excellent hotel! The towels were plush, large and soft. The beds and bed linen were top quality. The front desk gave us recommendations for restaurants near by and they were delicious. We WILL stay here again!!!

A good measure of a hotel room is the response of my teenage son. When we arrived he had very high marks for the overall room quality. From my perspective; the area of town is a bit questionable, but I did feel safe/secure on the property. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds firm. I did have some issue with a noisy guest outside my door, but it was short lived. The breakfast was organized and met basic needs, but unimaginative.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel previous times. During the remodeling we experieced some headaches but now that the remodeling appears to be completed, our stay experience has improved immensely. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is mostly friendly and courteous. The location is excellent and the price paid is a good deal for the money.

We had 10 rooms and all were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It had easy access to the freeway. Breakfast room was a little smaller than we are use to but overall nice. We would stay again

We stayed here two separate times both before and after Thanksgiving. We were greeted warmly at the reservation desk by two young men that couldn't have been nicer. We always stay here over the Thanksgiving holidays as we visit family in the area. The hotel is an older property but the rooms have been very attractively renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast selections are ample. Best of all it is very reasonably priced. There is another BW almost next door and it is much more expensive and not any better. This is a real value and the front desk people are the best.

I have stayed here before and it is always pleasantly consistant. The room is always clean and tidy. The staff is always pleasant. Breakfast is always plentiful and tastes good. I really like staying there because it will always be a good experience.

Motel was disappointing. Our room was right by the stairs and above the breakfast room so was very noisy. There was a wad of toilet paper stuck over the eyehole on the door and overall the room was not clean. There was no available parking so we had to park down the street in a tow away zone. We moved after one night to another motel and it was the best decision ever made as we got no sleep at the Best Western.

This hotel like other best western hotels I have stayed was very clean,fast,and friendly and most of all affordable. The outside of the hotel is older but the rooms are very nice and clean. The Breakfast was great! I love the waffles, but they had a variety of items.

Conventional motel located in east Pasadena a bit away from the popular Old Town area. Nevertheless, you get free parking here and though there are few tourist shops or restaurants along this strip of Colorado Avenue, if you go just 1/2 mile north to Foothill you will find lots of mid scale shops and eateries. As far as my room went, I asked that my bed sheets be changed the first morning because they were stained. But that didn't happen. I requested again the second morning and they did make the change. So not too efficient with that task. Also, my sleep was less than satisfying because the bedding included 4 smaller square pillows rather than the longer medium firm type. The property offers a free breakfast, and there is a small pool that is fenced from Colorado Avenue at the main driveway. If you need public transit, there's a bus across the road that goes through downtown Pasadena all the way to Hollywood. The Metro Rail stop is about an easy 10 minute walk. Catch it on the 4th level of the free parking structure. Take it to downtown LA, if you like, and then transfer to other rail lines or bus services there. I did. It was easy.

Was impressed with this Best Western. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and I really appreciated that the TV remote was sanitized and in a bag upon arrival. Breakfast was decent, we got there at 9 (it ends at 9:30) so we missed some of the hot food options. It was your typical hotel breakfast.

We have stayed at BW Pasadena mutiple times. And there are plenty of good reasons why we choose this hotel over and over again. The property is meticulous ly clean and spotless. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating . We got to the hotel around midnight last time. Rudy, who works at the front desk, greeted us and we were checked in in no time. This is what I called professionalism and customer service. Some hotels, wait for you to arrive and then start making keys for you. We had 10 roooms reserved , which would take forever. Not here, they prepared everything for us in advance. Great job guys. Looking forward to visit you again

Stayed here for two nights with family. Location was good and hotel was a very good value. It was quiet at night, no problems with noise. Breakfast was fine. The service was excellent and I would stay there again in the future.

New furniture, easy access to freeways and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was great but breakfast room is a bit small based on the number of guests staying in the property. Laundry room equipment needs improvement. Overall stay was good to almost great.

I've stay at this BW at least 30 times in the past 5 years and I have never been diappointed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a good breakfast selection in the morning. Just a short walk to the light rail station and from there one can access the entire Los Angeles area.

Nice location that is near the shopping mall, freeway and restaurants. Even through it is near the freeway but doesn't have a lot of noise.Staff were friendly and nice but the hotel is kind old and a little bit dirty.The breakfast had variety choice so no complain.

The Best Western Pasadena Inn was clean and very close to the 210 Freeway, Whole Foods Market, Sprouts and Starbucks. The front desk was very helpful in helping me naviagate my way to Long Beach later on that day. I just wish the air-conditioning unit in the room wasn't so noisy. I would stay here again.

There is little to recommend this hotel other than the room was clean. The shower leaked, the bathroom fixtures were broken, the place was noisy, their air conditioning was even noisier, the security was lax and the breakfast was horrible. Additionally we were charged a week surcharge that nobody told us about when we reserved our room.

It was a satisfying experience to stay in this hotel. The floor being hardwood instead of carpet gave a very clean feeling for the room. Ac was little loud but it didn't affect sleep. Breakfast was good but same for both days.

This is definitely more of a motel than an Inn, but don't let that discourage you. The rooms are clean and comfortable even if the decor could use some updating. The customer service during check-in was wonderful and quick. Breakfast is much more than the typical continental offered by so many places. Plenty of places to eat and visit nearby. Overall this place is a nice stay especially in terms of value in comparison to what most places in the area will cost.

I went on a business trip to the Rose Bowl I choose this location because of the great price. Its close to the Rose Bowl , great service, front desk personnel were amazing and super friendly. The breakfast options where good, room was clean.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was consistently being looked after and re stocked and kept up on. Close by places to eat and freeway. They provide towels for swimming and keep the pool clean. The hot tub was fixed quickly.

I selected this hotel for the location .of my next business trip. Compared to other BW rooms are clean,bath room well equiped, coffee stand ok, internet very good and TV screen and choice of channels very good. Breakfast standard like most BW but good. Lots of restaurant choices within 1.5 miles. Office center, small but well equiped with large screens and up to date printers.

The hotel was nice, convenient affordable, the staff was friendly but our room was a smoking room which we did not ask for. little disappointed in that. I would stay here again if guaranteed a NON smoking room

We used Priceline Express Deals, so we just chose the Pasadena area but did not know what hotel we would be staying at until we checked out. However, we were very pleased with this hotel! We stayed for 6 nights at the end of April 2018. The room was nice - we had a king size bed so the room was slightly smaller than a double bed room would be, but it was enough space for us as we weren't in the room much. Our room was about 3/4 of the way toward the corner of the hotel, so the other side of the building blocked the sound of the cars on the road at night. You might be able to hear cars if your room is toward the end of the building near the road, so if you're a light sleeper perhaps request a room toward the corner/inside of the hotel. The free continental breakfast was open at 6am each morning, which was a great time and money saver for us. Had plenty of options to choose from. In all, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It might not be the most glamorous hotel, but it was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was everything that we needed! As a side note, it was a slight drive to some of the activities we were doing on our trip (Universal, beach, studio tours, Anaheim, etc.). However, we were okay with this and chose to stay further away to save money. We just allowed extra time each morning for the commute.

I was looking for a one-night stay close to the Huntington Library. I chose this one because I'm familiar with the Best Western brand. It was just OK. I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night, as there was no comfortable chair in the room and there's nothing interesting in the area.

The staff were great! Room was nicely decorated, ample size, enough supplies, and clean. SUGGESTIONS: Ask for a room on the first floor (no elevator) in the back of the hotel (on a busy street). We were in room 123 and could hear other guests in the room next door, walking down the outdoor hallway upstairs, and starting their cars/locking them in the parking lot right outside our door. Although I was bothered by the noise, there was really nothing the motel staff could do about it. You get what you pay for and the price was reasonable for Pasadena. It was ok for one night. Continental breakfast was very basic, low quality, and ample. If you need to put something in your tummy before lunch, it might do.

Just one night @ The B/W Inn. Check in was fine. King room on ground level. Rooms have been upgraded since last time I stayed. Everything in room was in working order. Breakfast had good selection to start your day.

Fair value for this motel is about $100 a night - its not worth much more. The facilities aren't great - no fitness room and no local gym agreements; a big negative. Also no room safes which isn't good for business travel. The 'motel style' rooms have a fridge but no microwave. On the plus side the rooms are clean but offer little more than that for example no USB charger ports which are now common in hotels. Staff are very pleasant, breakfast is ok for a motel and there is a pool, albeit I didn't see much use of it. Parking is very tight late at night. There are two floors and the second floor isn't suitable for anyone with disabilaties, as there is no lift. 1st floor is likely to be noisier as cars parked just feet away. The location is fairly good, just 5 mins off i210 at exit 29B. There are the usual big box stores about 15 mins away and a drive through Starbucks 5 mins away. Wifi had good coverage but seemed slow at peak times; thankfully, it didn't require constant reauthentication. Overall it's fine for a very short stay if you get a reasonable price.

Worth the price paid, with clean and comfortable rooms and great staff and it was quiet, as well. Great free breakfast chooves, too. Restaurants are within close driving distance. I would stay here again.

I have to say the parking stalls must have been painted for electric/compact cars. All the trucks and SUV's took up a stall and a half in order to park. The rooms are average at best. For a night it will do, long term go elsewhere.

We appreciated the clean and nice rooms as well as friendly desk staff. Morning breakfast left a lot to be desired. They need a new waffle batter and a new source of sausages. The food was terrible. All 3 of us in our threw everything away and had some oatmeal before leaving.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel.... friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The room was spacious enough that you didn't feel clostrophobic, This hotel is conveniently located to all the great activities here in Pasadena, including the Rose Bowl, which I went to for the antique show and sale. The complimentary breakfast left a little to be desired for someone like myself who is gluten free. Almost everything was bread or muffins, or pastry. The eggs and sausage that I could eat was dry and overcooked both days.

It was a very nice place with friendly staff . Good breakfast lots of different choices. We went too the pool area daily to sit in the hot tub it was pretty nice relaxing and looking at the mountains surrounding Pasadena . There are lot of restaurants close by we tried the little Mexican restaurant across the street it was very good . I visit the lobby as well to use the computer to print some docs out great set up .

Close to the freeway and not too far from the activity on Colorado Boulevard. Nice room, clean, comfortable. Friendly check in. Good breakfast. Nice all around! Great value. Even the vending machine took Apple pay! Note there is another Best Western next door but it is suites and run separately.

Stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference. My room was on the third floor. Pros: It had been remodeled since my last visit, it was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Cons: For a few nights there were a large number of men staying in 1-2 rooms that were hanging around outside of their rooms drinking and smoking. WiFi was very spotty. The cost had gone up significantly from my previous stay. Overall, still a nice place to stay, close to everything!

Got a 2nd floor room towards the back to minimize traffic noise. Guests were quiet but there was still enough traffic noise that would make it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. Room was nice with a HDTV and small refrigerator. Bed was comfortable but pillows were just okay. There was no microwave oven in the room but there is in the breakfast room and in the lobby so it wasn't an issue. The free breakfast wasn't much but good. Front office staff was nice.

This is a quiet, well located economy motel. Clean, attractive room, comfy bed, well appointed bath, big flat screen TV, decent breakfast and nice table to eat it at in the room, courteous & helpful staff. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

We stayed for the Rose Bowl Game. Premium price for the parade and game location. An easy walk to the Gold Metro line. Typical motel room and amenities, but the staff is very friendly. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels for our family of four. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

This should not be your first, second or third choice in lodging while in Pasadena. We stayed there because it was Rose Parade weekend and all other quality lodging was booked by the large tour companies. Generally, we stay at a Best Western in smaller towns so chose this as a default expecting better quality than what we experienced at this location.

Our daughter lives nearby and we most often stay here when visiting. Always good...recent remodel makes it even most desirable. USA Today paper is a plus also. Good hot breakfast and fresh fruit....important for us.

I have stayed here twice and not have had any problems. Staff are friendly and helpful. I know I am damming with faint praise. this a prefectly adequate hotel. I appreciated the man who did may check in. I had gotten lost along the way and arrived needing to use the restroom, badly. I don't know if it was this, but the bed was a bit hard for me and I had trouble getting to sleep.

Very good hotel. Clean, room in working order. It was really nice to find out the breakfast was more than just a 'continental' one (aka rolls, juice and coffee) eggs, ham and sausage was available. That upped the rating for me.

This hotel has a good location just off the 210 highway. Rooms are adequate and parking is free and outside your door on the first floor. They provide free wifi to there guests as well as a free breakfast. Breakfast items are okay but setup could be better and more attractive for the guests. Beds are good as well as bathrooms.This is a good value hotel. Used to stay nearby but that hotel has been updated along with there prices.

I found several problems during this stay, more than my previous experience at this property. There was a bad odor coming from the sink drain, some towels were stained and some were very scratchy, the toilet seat was quite loose, and I had to lift the tank lid to reseat the flap more than once.

Although it isn't in an area that one would usually call a"destination", it was fairly close to a college that my grandson was interested in, so we combined the college visit with a trip to Universal Studios and had a good 4 day getaway. The staff went above and beyond in helping me out with a medical issue. They helped find me a pharmacy in their area, called me a cab to take me there and assisted with faxing documents to finalize the event. They stored our bags while the college tour went on and allowed us to swim in the pool while we waited. They are doing some construction but have it fairly buttoned down and not too messy! The rooms could use a face lift but everything was very clean, very economical and easily fulfilled our needs. The on site breakfast was so handy and met our need.

GREAT! More for less in the day and age is pretty much none existent. I was pleasantly surprised. My next stay will defiantly be as Best Western. Internet was great and breakfast was another surprise. Most of the smaller hotels in the area charge more and you get much less for your money.

We stay at the BW during our visit to Caltech. The campus is about 3 miles from the hotel, so it was pretty convenient. This type of hotel (doors on the outside) is not my favorite, so giving it a 5 out of 5 is really big! The room was spacious enough to for two adults. It was clean and surprisingly quiet. The DirectTV worked great and the breakfast was in line with what you would expect and the servers were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, the real winner is the price! The hotel is a great value and I would definitely stay there again.

Forgot laptop due too poor lighting. There was no rush in getting this back and this was made clear to the front desk. However, the staff went out of their way to pay for expedited shipping fees and astronomical insurance costs (more than the worth of the laptop) WITHOUT our approval.

This Best Western is ideally located, has extremely well done room upgrades, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities. Quality more like a Holiday Inn or above. We did not go to the breakfast, but other reviewers have said it was excellent. We will be back!

I visit the area frequently and the hotel I have always used is under new management with HIGHER rates. This BW is well located for me and a good value. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Waffles, eggs, sausage, rolls, toast, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. Self serve and frequently refreshed by the staff. Much more extensive than I expected and much appreciated. Only one problem. The carpet left the bottom of my feet black! House keeping came in immediately but I don't think it was dirt. My room was recently renovated with new carpet and I really think the color of the carpet was rubbing off. Reported this to the front desk whol not only shampooed the carpet while I was gone, but left me a pair of slippers also. "Other than that issue it was a good stay.

Always accommodating and comfortable, this hotel is our "go-to" when visiting Pasadena. It is quiet and convenient and has a good breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly and the beds are comfortable. They have recently upgraded the rooms.

This is a comfortable, clean hotel with dedicated staff. No frills, but solid service. We return here year after year because it is convenient as well as pleasant. Some rooms even have great views of Mt. Wilson in the San Gabriel Mountains.

We had 2 king rooms at $116. apiece which was a great value for us. Breakfast of cereals, muffins, waffles, yogurt included but it ends at 9:30! The first room smelled of smoke so they moved us to another room which was fine. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of towels, but no shower caps. One bottle of shampoo and one of lotion, but room was clean and up to date. Conveniently located.

When I was using the PC at lobby, I saw that 2 men came in and ask BW Clark for let them using restroom. He explain nicely that there wasn't public restroom to the hotel and told them where they can go for restroom kindly. I really thought he could be very professional manager for this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly fine for the price in this area and it's conveniently located near the freeway and a shopping center. and the staff is is quite nice and helpful. You do get what you pay for so the breakfast is minimal and the coffee was horrible, No 1/2 and 1/2 or liquid Coffeemate either in the breakfast room. Don't know if that's every day or just when I was there but that's a big thing for me.

At the risk of violating my own rule I decided to share the best kept secret in the L.A. area - staying at this Inn. When it comes to value for a night well spent, you will not find a better deal in the Los Angeles area. I have lived in the LA area since the mid-80s and have had to travel a lot for my job, sometimes moving away. When I return this is always where I stay. Why? The staff, the friendliest and most attentive I have ever met. You have any problem, they deal with it right away. But you rarely have a problem and that says a lot. Even though it is an older inn, the rooms are updated, very nice, very clean and it is so quite. The Wifi service is great and all the amenities are quality. It serves breakfast with so many options, plenty to choose from, always hot, filling and tasty. I have stayed in plenty of 5-star hotels, but I choose this - exceptional value for the price of a stay. Money well spent. If you come for the Rose Bowl / Rose Parade, this is your best bet. You will not regret it.

Older motel, recently refreshed. Everything is clean and not worn out. Room even has a large mini fridge. Right on the road, but we didn't hear any traffic. Great pricing. And as a bonus, a pretty good free breakfast.

We stayed at the Best Western Pasadena Inn for 4 nights. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in away from home! The pool area is also really clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend and will stay again in the future if I am in the area. Only thing that let it down was the breakfast but this was free so we just ate elsewhere.

We knew from booking that this motel was a little dated because of the 1950's "look" -- but happy to find it was not run down! Plus we could back up to the door to unload, a plus for us because my wife is HC and needs to bring a lot of things. Outside and inside were up-to-date and well maintained.Everything was clean and ready to use. My wife and I always bring a tub of the super-strong wipes (rubber gloves required), and wipe down all the knobs and surfaces, even tub and bathroom floor. Then we rate how dirty it was/wasn't by how much dirt we pick up. This room rates in the top tier! Stunningly clean. We've stayed at fancy places that were not nearly this clean. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The hotel has an early check in at 1pm which is convenient and 11am checkout. Pool and spa are well maintained. The hotel is located on the east side off Rosemead Blvd. Strong internet signal entire stay and never had to sign in again. The rooms are a little tight with 2 queens but adequate. Even tighter are the parking spaces especially if you have an SUV. I was surprised at the good selection for breakfast especially scrambled eggs and sausage. Reasonably priced so I would stay again with kids. Also lots of charging ports and refrigerator was nice to have. Nice and welcoming staff.

Nice, clean place which is centrally located in Pasadena - North west of LA. About 60-90 minutes from LAX depending on traffic. Right on the main street Colorado Blvd is ideal to find good restaurants, In-n-Out burgers, Friends Ice Cream, Target etc. The property is nice, clean serving Hot Breakfast, Good WiFi and an ethernet connection in a room with 40" TVs.

We booked this hotel through Expedia. The price was very reasonable. There are plenty of free parking spots on their lot. Rooms were clean and came with a mini fridge. Each room has its own air conditioner so you can adjust your room temperature. Bathroom was very clean. The location is great, close to the highway and there are some restaurants near by. This hotel offers free breakfast and it includes coffee, tea, soy milk, juice, yogurt, fruits (apples/bananas), pancake, muffins, eggs, mashed potatoes, sausages, bacon. Food quality is not like the ones from the Hilton, but it is pretty decent. Overall, I am very happy with my stay here and I would come back if I am in the area again.

Very good stay and price in Pasadena. The hotel has recently been renovated....It does not amenities...like weight room or fancy stuff. However a nice hotel and price. The location is east of Pasadena and that's great if you don't want to be downtown where it would be nicer to walk a window shop.

Had a hard time finding a good price and this place offered a good price and since I had stayed here in the past I knew what I was getting into. Big clean room, breakfast was excellent, checkin was easy. I am definitely staying here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Has DirecTV with a HUGE selection of channels! Bed was really nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room is small, and people are packed in there like sardines! There is also a bit of a line to get food, and it blocks access to the microwave if you want to make oatmeal or something. The layout of the breakfast room also isn't very good. I wanted to have oatmeal for breakfast, and after looking for a few minutes, I finally found the oatmeal packets and milk near the coffee counter, but was unable to find the microwave, so I had regular cereal instead. After I sat down to eat my cereal, I finally noticed the microwave, which was underneath the main breakfast counter and in the way of the line of people trying to get food. Other than that, it was a really good hotel. For state workers, it is BELOW the current state hotel per diem rate for Los Angeles County, which is really great!

Room was specious, bed very comfortable. Had a fridge, coffee maker and free breakfast. Bacon, sausage, hash browns. Fruit, yougurt muffins, and much more, also very quiet. Location close to old town Pasadena, every kind of restaurant and coffee house. We ate at Meat district, great food.

My daughter and I we're attending a shower at Rose Tea Garden, it was so close to your hotels, and so close to old town Pasadena with all kinds of eateries and shops. We loved it.we ate at the meat district had coffee at a unique coffe shop. So much to see and do, we plan to come back

This is a clean and well managed hotel. Staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, pool and spa work very well. The hotel is conveniently located with many dining options within 5 minute drive. Target nearby for any forgotten items. Really a great value for the area.

hotel on the way to Pasadena, with PK, free wifi and laundry service. A pool is available with few seat and a Whirlpool. Needs to be refreshed. Breakfast room too small to accomodate aal the guests who need to bring their BF in their room. Almost no restaurants in area (poor area) and car is necesay to reach Pasadena (10-15 min drive) where many restaurant are available. Helpful staff.

I try to stay at this location whenever I am in the LA area. It is clean. Rooms are excellent. Staff has always been excellent. Parking (I drive a large SUV) can be a little tight sometimes especially if you come in later in the evening and an inconsiderate guest has not parked correctly.

Why go to the motels or hotels near by when this hotel gives you complimentary e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. You get free breakfast, free wireless or wired internet, and free parking. I usually stay at the holiday inn. I don't see myself stay there anymore because it's more expensive and charge for most of what I said was free. This BestWestern was also very quiet and comfortable.

This hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I like the selection of breakfast items. The room was clean and quiet. I also like the fact the hotel is in equal distance to everything. We went to universal studios, the dodger stadium, the hollywood walk of fame, and all of them were equally close. I will return again maybe next year!

this hotel is adequately priced in the surrounding area. before going here i tried going from hotel to hotel down colorado blvd. I stopped here when they told me the price and i get free breakfast. compare that to other places and this place sold me. the rooms looked new and the carpet was clean (one of my pet peeves) I also had plenty of towels and I went swimming in their Jacuzzi. The only thing is that the pool is not heated but i dont care.

This hotel had me thinking twice since it's right on Colorado Blvd. However, it surprised me of how little the noise I could hear from the rooms. Also the beds were comfortable, yet firm - for some people this may be a downside. The hotel also provides a free breakfast. The full breakfast was great and had more options than a regular hotel at this price point so I can't complain. I hate when people complain about breakfast when it's complimentary. The comfortableness is what makes a hotel special, not the breakfast people.

The bed and pillows are comfortable. The number one thing i care most about a hotel is that, plain and simple. Most people do not spend plenty of time in a hotel but sleep. This hotel surpassed my expectations as far as i am concerned!

All employees that I came in contact with were tremendous! From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast staff. All magnificent! Wonderful hotel. The outside seems unappealing with construction materials located across from the lobby. However, the inside of the rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated. It also seems the rooms were newly renovated as well. I will be back!

Chose BW motel for location near relative and low rate. Surprised that it was a beautifully appointed room and bath, in room coffee and good selection of offerings for breakfast. Just needed the basics for a quick turnaround trip and this more than met our needs. Bed very comfortable and room very quiet. All employees friendly and helpful. Over all pleasant experience.

Continental Breakfast was fresh and generous. Staff was polite and efficient. Everything was in working order and beds were clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool or spa. Parking lot was very full, but we were able to find a spot. Neighborhood is light industrial, but it was quiet at night and we slept well.

We stayed here for one night last week and were impressed with the friendly and helpful service especially as we arrived very late at night. The room was lovely and cool, clean and comfy. Included breakfast and pool very welcome bonuses! Would definitely recommend

This is really more of a motel than a hotel, in that each room has a door that you enter from outside. There is minimal staff on the premises, but that was not a problem during my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of self-service, basic food.Wireless connection was free and good. Location was convenient, right on Colorado Blvd., which is a main thoroughfare. Parking spaces are a bit narrow. I had trouble squeezing out of my car parked next to an SUV and a minivan.

During a record - setting heat wave on 4th of July week the Customer Service was excellent . The Staff were always offering cold bottled water ( and cookies at night) . The Breakfast (daily) was delicious , they kept it well stocked. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and well supplied since I spent a lot of time inside . And the Air - Conditioning was cold! Plus the Hotel was freeway close. Excellent service.

There isn't much in the way of staff around, but I had no problems, other than the parking spots being fairly narrow. It was hard to squeeze into my car with big SUVs on either side. It is located on Colorado Blvd, which was convenient as a main thoroughfare.

A very good value in Pasadena. Have stayed at this hotel as a solo guest and with family (children). It is easy to find, breakfast is excellent and the rooms very comfortable. This will be our 'go to' hotel when visiting Pasadena.

Was a very nice place to stay for my family while on cacation. Perfect location and surrrounding areas were very close to see. The only thing I didnt like that the employees didnt acknoledge their bw members

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were accommodating and friendly. My family really loved the hot breakfast. The rooms could use some upgrading. It's a bit dated and had a smell. If they did some renovations this would be the perfect hotel.

We called in early Saturday's morning to get a room for 4 people. It's the July 4 long weekend but they were able to help us find the room. The price was very affordable, considering how close it is away from Little Tokyo, Koreantown, Disneyland and Hollywood. All of these tourist attraction places are only 30 mins away from the hotel. There is another Best Western right next to this one. The buildings in this management look a little older than the one next to it, so do not get confused when you go in. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here. The check-in / check-out procedure was super easy. They had everything we needed for the night. They also provided breakfast and it was sooo good! The breakfast hours are from 6:30 - 9:00 am - it gets crowded very easily so it's better to go in there early if you want to sit there and eat.

Great hotel to stay at the pasadena area. This peroperty features free breakfast, wireless or wired internet, buisness center, a pool and jacuzzi, and self service laundry. The staff is nice and the rooms are remodled. The price is fair for what you get and most of all, no nasty surprises!

easy to locate with easy access from I-10 and I-210. good access to local amenities such as dining, shopping, and sight seeing. breakfast area and parking is cramped. had to park on adjacent street on one night due to oversized vehicle taking more than its (1) allotted parking space.

From check in which was painless and quick to a nice, well maintained room, everthing was great about our stay, But the true awesome came after we checked out and headed back to Washington, I discovered I had left my very special to me blanket in the room. I called the front desk and the gentleman who answered was super helpful and found my blanket and arranged to mail it back to me. Thank you! You don't know what that blanket means to me...:)

The outside of the Inn was unimpressive. The room appeared to be newly renovated and upgraded to accommodate numerous electronic devises. The room was clean, comfortable and included useful amenities: iron, ironing board, nice television with lots of stations; cosmetics; refrigerator, coffee/tea set up. High speed internet was available. Hotel staff were very helpful and I appreciated that the desk clerk watched to see that I was able to get into my room (it was late and dark outside). When she saw that I was having time with the electronic key, she proactively came out of the office and came over to help me get in. I was very impressed with this. Staff also informed me of the benefits of enrolling in the Best Western rewards program and helped me to enroll. Complemental continental breakfast was available but I didn't use it; so can't comment on the quality. The location is great - very close to old town Pasadena and City Hall. It is very easily accessible by major freeways. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again.

Only stayed one night, but was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the room. Has all the amenities and bed was comfortable. Front desk service was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Wasn't expecting much but this hotel turned out to be wonderful, a gem! From the outside it look sort of dated but from the inside it was remodeled and beautiful. The service of all staff members were spectacular also. Will be back!

Great location for us, very nice young man Edward I think, at the check in desk, handled a situation for us with cordial and no problem manner. Later that night my husband was out on the balcony and a homeless man was trying to crawl under the tarp that was on the grounds, Edward once again handled this situation very well. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was over and above and breakfast staff were very pleasant.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Pasadena last week, and then found out this Best Western cost only $5 more per night. So, this week I tried the Best Western and had a great experience. The jacuzzi really helped me relax after long work days. The breakfast spread is awesome: eggs, different kinds of protein, fruit, cereal... You get the best prices by calling the motel directly instead of booking online.

Stayed here one night for U2 concert this past Saturday. Clean, quiet, accessible to the 210 and not far from Old Pasadena. Free parking, ac worked well on hot day and overnight. Easy access to Rosebowl after the concert with little traffic.

The parking lot for this place was kind of small and tight, so you need to be careful when you park. However, once I entered the room, to my surprise, it was very nice and clean. More than enough towels in the bathroom. No signs of wear and tear. They even put the TV remote in some kind of mesh bag to ensure you that the remote was clean. DirectTV in the room. Free continental breakfast in a small and tight room, but food was decent. All in all, a nice place to stay for the night. No complaints from us.

Flew into LA for a family function in San Diego. Stayed here for one night. Great value in the LA area. Staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable. We were not bothered by noise from Colorado Avenue.

We were here for just one night, and found this a great place to stay. Helpful, friendly check-in and check-out clerks. They honored my email request for a top floor room with mountain view of the San Gabriels. I don't think that there are elevators, but I don't mind. There was a new fridge in the spotless room, good free wifi, and safe parking in front of the room. The table in the room had two chairs. There were lots of toiletries next to the sink, and shower essentials attached to the shower wall, with dispenser pumps. Very handy! The complimentary breakfast was generous; eggs, meats, waffles, oatmeal, yogurts, juices, bananas, apples, oranges, bagels, bread, coffee, tea. The very helpful breakfast hostess took time to find me an oatmeal packet without sugar in it (thanks!). I had forgotten a pair of pajamas on a bathroom hook, and housekeeping put them aside for me. I called later in the day, and they had them in a bag for me, which I greatly appreciated. When we are back in the area, this is the place we will stay in.

The value and service compares very well if not in the top 10 percent of places we have stayed over the last year. This includes motels and hotels in 5 states and outside the US. Give these folks an opportunity to impress you and they will.

We are doing route 66 on a motorcycle so are booking one night ahead. Perfectly fine, room good no problem with booking in. Good parking right outside the room. Hotel staff helpful and polite, young lady helped me with a booking issue on another hotel and looked up phone number for me. Breakfast fine, not bad value for money.

As indicated by the title, this was an ok place to stay for the money. The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were firm, which I like. The room was cluttered. It had an oversized table and two chairs, one chair looked like either someone spilled something or went to the bathroom on it. It was gross! The hotel allows people to smoke outside of the room. They have put ashtrays outside some of the rooms. This could be a problem if one doesn't like to smell cigarette smoke. My advice is to get a room furthest from the ashtrays.

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained the breakfast was really good there was a good verity including sausages, bacon, eggs, waffle maker 3 types of cereal yogurt muffins ect compared to a lot of places that we have stayed. Staff were lovely what more can you ask for

Stopped for one night en route for San Diego via Corona. Very comfortable and nice breakfast. Clean room with large bed, good breakfast included. Easily accessible from the interstate. It's quite a long way out of Pasadena centre, about 4 miles. Didn't really explore much in the vicinity but there didn't seem much nearby.

My husband Tom and I have stayed at the California B.W. Pasadena Inn 4 times in the last 2 years. We love your Breakfast! It's the best we've had in our travels. Such variety and there is something for every taste and diet. Rooms are neat and clean, good TV and very comfortable. Kudos to great employees like the Breakfast Room team, the Maid Service, and the front desk Clerks. These people we encountered are a Company's Dream Team! You are lucky to have them.

A tidy, quiet, accessible motor hotel on historic and vital main street. There is a multitude of activities and eateries within a few blocks. Close enough but not adjacent to major freeways and roadways.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We had to be at Santa Anita race track at 9 in the morning. The hotel was just right down colorado blvd about 10 min away. Very convenient. The breakfast was ok. I really liked the waffles and the banana muffins.It was only about 15 min. to old town Pasadena where there is allot to do.

The Best Western Pasadena Inn is conveniently located on Colorado Blvd where there are a lot of eateries, a Sprout nearby and the train station nearby. The inn is really a motor inn, good for very short stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the inn offers free wifi, good service and a decent free breakfast. Although the inn had undergone some renovations unfortunately a lot more will be required to make this place as comfortable as home!!!!

Close to the 210 freeway and fronting Colorado Blvd made the quiet surprising and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Sunday morning breakfast food was fresh and hot with many choices. Three fresh fruits were available! Small dining room but the staff handled it very well. No cost for parking, free internet and breakfast made this an outstanding value. Rooms were large enough and beds very comfortable. Excellent location for accessing all of Pasadena and more.

Room-Recently renovated nicely and quite clean, air conditioner did not cool off as well as expected. Beds a little firmer than we like but that's just our preference. Staff- Professional, helpful, pleasant Breakfast-Sufficient, room a little small Pool/Hot Tub-Did not use so can't comment

Freeway close. Nice and quiet. Very clean and hospitable. Superb dining just moments away in Old Pasadena. Freeway close to the craziness of Hollywood and the beaches. Great place ! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. Pricing makes this a great value. I will be back!

This hotel is in the process of upgrading their rooms. We were in an upgraded room, and were quite comfortable. For the price/location, it's a great deal. The location of the hotel is not in a bad location, either, for Pasadena.

This is our favorite mid-priced hotel in the Pasadena area. Very comfortable beds, newly remodeled and hot breakfast. Also a good location for an early morning walk. Target, Sprouts and a Subway Deli are all within walking distance. With a decent sized refrigerator, you just can't beat the price!

I come to the area at least a couple times a year. In the past I have been staying across the street at the other Best Western. However this one is just as nice and a better value. The rooms are clean and quite and the staff is very good. I'll be back in a couple of months.

I was in town for a family event. The Best Western Pasadena Inn is conveniently located on Colorado Blvd close to restaurants and offered free parking. The spacious and today room had a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and coffeemaker. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Check-in was quick and efficient. Best Western front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast was a plus!

I work across the street and this place didn't look special but a friend stayed there and the rooms are nice! there is a pool and hot tub on the property. Plenty of restaurants around within walking distance.

A great budget find....full hot breakfast included and the hotel is enjoying a makeover so we are looking forward to coming back again. Staff is very friendly and, oh yes, a USA Today paper awaits on Monday thru Friday.

We used this hotel to stay because we had an event in Glendale and we had stayed there person. The staff is very welcoming on all shifts with amazing continuity. I had a problem with a missing charging cord I had forgotten, and was assisted with one. Great Bed, location, and friendliness always are welcomed. This recently remodeled hotel room was clean and impressive. Pool and spa were also good.

Attended UCLA football game at the Rose Bowl and stayed the night at the Pasadena Inn. Great service at both check in and check out and front desk assistance in finding a pizza place. Nice clean rooms, with comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. A bit of a drive to the Rose Bowl, take Colorado Blvd. to enjoy the scenic route of Pasadena.

I drove back from Vegas and needed a room before flying out of LAX the next day. I was a walk on customer asked for the best rate and it was cheap so I booked. The hotel is having a full refit do it will be like new, our room must have just been done very nice and clean. Fridge on the room and I think the AC unit must be new it was very quiet. All in all great place for nights sleep and a shower.

I've been using this hotel for years whenever come to Los Angeles. If you drive, this hotel is good place to stay. It is very convinient location to access to Downtown LA and any other neighborhood. They have been renovated some room and it s getting better for water drain for their bath tub now.

Stayed several nights (repeat customer) and once again this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms and grounds are well kept, the hot tub is wonderful and the morning breakfast, while not opulent , is satisfactory to start the day. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and is easy to find. Managers (Erika and Alex) are super and strive to satisfy guest needs. Wifi worked well.

Great room, great staff, quiet and clean pool and views of the San Gabriel mountains. Our families' favorite spot out to stay in our whole journey. Also great price for the rooms! Restaurants and grocery store one block away!

This hotel is in a nice location, with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The rooms are somewhat updated, but you can tell many corners were cut in doing so. The beds are horrible. They squeak overtime you roll over and I swear I could feel the springs against my back. Strange, small, square pillows are all you get. Sheer, polyester bed coverings made my skin crawl. They looked like drapes on the bed. Lots of people smoking outside of their rooms or in the parking lot, which was surprising. Thought there was a no smoking policy on the grounds, but I could be wrong. Breakfast is gross. Skipped it after the first da;y. For the price, I think this Best Western could amp it up just a tiny bit and the hotel would be so much better.

The exterior is dated and a former motel. The interiors, however, were lovely and fresh. We had an upstairs room - Alll rooms are accessed from exterior walkways. Ours faced the parking lot. Yet it was quiet throughout our 3 day stay. The decore was modern and inviting. The sink and bathroom were recently (within 1-2 years) refurbished. There was a coffee maker, refrigerator, and hair dryer available. The air conditioning was relatively quiet and kept us cool (which was really appreciated in the 90+ degree heat). While they noted green practices (which we followed), we think that they did end up providing us with fresh linens each day. They did offer breakfast, but it was a limited selection, so we chose to eat at a restaurant each day. It is at the eastern end of Pasadena, but there are several restaurants within a few minutes drive, or within 10 minutes (or so) to Old Pasadena on the west side of town. We interfaced with the staff on three occasions (check-in, check-out, and a Direct TV issue) and found each individual friendly and efficient. With respect to the Direct TV issue, we called the front desk and the fellow arrived within a few minutes. He reset the system and stayed with us until it was fixed - about 8-10 minutes. He was friendly and apologetic that the box had to be reset - very customer service oriented.

Front desk, hotel are great. Breakfast area not so much. Attendant does not appear to believe in customer service, instead he prefers to argue with and "make his point". Selection of items is poor at best and presentation leaves much to be desired.

The room was clean and comfortable and had great WiFi connection. Service from staff was excellent, and breakfast food was more than adequate. Easy access to 210 and many restaurants and stores. No elevator, but we requested a corner 1st floor room. It was next to the service staff room but we did not have issues with that.

Old property, exterior old, rooms new, liked the hardwood floors. Breakfast room is way to small, smaller breakfast selection. Good freeway access, don't plan on getting to Universal or Hollywood in the AM from there.

The staff at best western Pasadena Inn are excellent, so friendly. Very clean inside and out.Close to everything only a couple of minutes to old town. The room was very quit, we have a baby and she was crying and i couldn't hear her outside the room, we asked the people next to us and they never heard her either.

Great value for money, clean, polite staff, we filled up on breakfast before our drive to universal. Perfect for our 2 night stopover. We ate tacos from the taco van that stopped by the car wash down the street (yellow van) quesadilla and tacos, our favourite food on the trip for $5 each! If you want good value for money this is simple and perfect.

Stayed July 1-7 and the BW Pasadena Inn did NOT disappoint! For the star rating it had excellent staff and accommodations all around as well as an awesome free breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30am. Only thing it didn't offer in-room was a safe. Left our valuables in the room anyway and put the DO NOT DISTURB on. Will definitely be back!

The place was comfortable and pleasant, but they were remodeling and these was a lot of foot traffic in front of our window and a bit of noise. Some of the breakfast items are great, so not so much. The hashbrowns were very undercooked and the bacon and sausage were tasteless. The waffles were excellent and they had yogurt, bagels, a variety of juices that were all great!

Clean room, conviniently located 10 min away from rosebowl, affordable , free breakfast help alot with costs , friendly staff , I recommend this place to others had a reservation at pasadena inn for $240 a night , glad I changed it to best Western pasadena inn got room for $100 cheaper

I am giving hotels, I stayed, bitter comments but I do like this hotel and I come back and stay still every time I visit Los Angeles area. Because a few staff are really working hard with care. ( Unfortunately some staff are not.) At least, they are trying to make their service better for sure... I hope they won't stop keeping it up.

As noted in the other reviews, the place is very clean and comfortable. I like the fact that there is a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and relaxing. We didn't partake of the included breakfast but it is a nice feature. Upon check in, we were given bottled water and a bag of potato chips, a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again.

My fiancé and I just needed a quick stay for the night on our way home. The room was nice. It was clean and I have no complaints. The maids did start to clean the room around us kind of early in the morning. But aside from that it was a good stay.

Usually stay at the Best Western across the street, however, I had booked this one by mistake and I'm glad, its a lot cleaner, the staff is friendlier and its quieter. Even the driveway was clean the steps were clean, the landings were clean, not spotted sidewalks like a lot of places

Manager Erica was extremely helpful with planning our stay. She gave us a king bed in a lower room in a quiet corner of the parking lot. When I added an extra day after booking the original reservation she gave me the lower rate listed on your website for that day, which I thought was very nice. We were impressed with the amazing Breakfast! The servers were quick to keep the bins full with bacon, eggs, muffins, bread, etc. One young man,I cannot remember his name, was on duty March 28th & 29th. He was cleaning tables, the buffet area and offering to help with any requests. Our 2 grandkids we were visiting loved the Jacuzzi and the pool. The patio area was nice with tables, umbrellas and comfortable chairs. We will be BACK!.

Must say I'm not a huge fan of this style of motel (windows and doors on a courtyard) for a single female traveler BUT this place was spotless, quiet a lovely breakfast display, quiet, courteous, safe. Zero problems. And a great price.

We had to make a last minute trip to Glendale, CA with my sister in law to attend a funeral and found this hotel online. It is "Cheap and Cheerful" as my wife would describe it. All three of use found the two queen sized beds in the room comfortable as were the pillows - two of my biggest complaints when travelling. We all had restful nights as a result. The included breakfast service was basic with formed sausage patties, bacon, formed eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, toast & bagels fruit and coffee. Even my celiac wife could find something to eat. The property and the rooms were well maintained and everyone of the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late (1:30 AM) so got theist room in the full hotel. Unfortunately, it was immediately beside the noisy ice machine so make sure you request a room away from from it. Don't stay in rooms 106 or 107 directly beside the machine. We would definitely stay there again.

On my first trip to Southern California in 2015, I ended up staying at five different hotels in three cities, and this was one of them. I recently made my third trip to the area, and this time stayed a total of seven nights at the Best Western Pasadena Inn, with a brief visit to Las Vegas over the weekend. This hotel does not have an elevator, or a really fancy pool area, but it does have clean rooms with comfortable beds and generously sized towels.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here when visiting Pasadena, and it continues to be a favorite. The property is nicely maintained and very clean - even the outside areas! However the very best feature has to be the outstanding staff. We continue to be impressed by the friendly and efficient front desk staff, and the housekeeping staff provided us with excellent service, even when we asked for several accommodations. The location is convenient, and the breakfast has a decent variety of hot & cold items along with a choice of fresh fruit. Thanks to all the staff - you are rock stars!

This hotel bent over backwards to be sure our group was taken care of in every way. Right down to parking 2 forty five foot buses in the courtyard. They helped our non- English speaking group with directions to where they wanted to go and how to get there. Check-in was smooth and checkout was smooth and that means alot in my business. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Reasonably priced, and a short walk to the LA Metro gold line. Also within walking distance (a bit longer of a walk) to a shopping center with drugstore, supermarket, several restaurants. The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff was helpful. The only reason I didn't give this hotel the highest rating is that I left my towels on the rack (meaning "please don't replace"), but they replaced them anyway.

We always return to this hotel when we are in Pasadena. It is comfortable and close to places that we like to go.The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is wonderful to have and enjoy the healthy breakfast. We appreciate that we are able to park our car close to our room. We will return to this hotel that we call home away from home.

If you book a hotel room all you really need is a bed and a shower right? The bed was fine but the shower didn't work. How is it that you could have missed this? Everything else about the hotel was fine, and the staff is great. But NO SHOWER? You have got to be kidding.

The hotel is a classic two story motel with a registration area at the driveway entrance and a courtyard/parking area that lets you park right in front of your room. The good news is convenience; the bad news is that you hear everyone coming and going. The hotel is on the eastern edge of Pasadena, about 4 miles from downtown Pasadena (5 from the Rose Bowl), in a neighborhood of car dealerships, other motels, and several Asian massage parlors. The entrance to I-210 is nearby, so it's fairly easy to get around, either on the freeway or on Colorado Blvd. The neighborhood seems relatively safe, but it's completely without charm. Once you get inside your room, though, things improve. The bed is comfortable, the wireless internet is reasonably fast, there's a flat-screen HDTV with DirectTV service, plus a refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water for the shower, too. The included breakfast was nothing special, but was a step above the average breakfast in other motels. Fresh bananas were a plus. All things considered, I received very good value for my money, and can recommend it to others who are on a budget and don't mind the absence of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Best Western always wins the prize with me. This hotel in Pasadena is close to a variety of places to visit and places to eat. I recommend it for a nice trip to the Races and the surrounding attractions

I needed a place for just one night in this area so I tried this place. The size of the room was OK and it was clean but I had some problems. I couldn't get the TV to work at all. The clerk said maybe it was the weather since it was storming. I don't think so. The internet was OK. The small frig was worthless as the bottle of water I put in there before I went to bed was warm when I took it out the next morning. It was very hard to adjust the temp of the water in the shower. Seemed like the fixture was just very old. It was very difficult to turn the temp valve. No, the next time I'm in the area I'll be looking for someplace different.

This was a great hotel to stay at when traveling to the Rose Bowl. The staff were very helpful and very nice! Also very close to the Metro - within walking distance. They also offered a continental breaksfast. Even though we didn't take advantage of it - I heard from other guests that it was pretty good. The staff did an outstanding job to really be helpful in anyway possible. Felissa (not sure of spelling) was awesome and very helpful when we had questions about how to get to places etc.

VERY caring desk staff - had to move to this hotel after Best Western Royale (next door) was NOT doable! Hotel needs updating, but mostly clean - decent price - Perfect location for Rose Parade or game - many conveniences nearby -

Everything was fine with the room, the staff and the location. The problem me being a loyal best western costumer I took the gaff of paying $400 per night for an $80 to $90 room. because the Rose Parade was coming to town

Our room was small, dark, and dingy. To be fair, it was not dirty; but it smelled bad, like heavy smokers lived here. The furniture was subpar and dinged up, although there was a really nice HD television. The bathroom was a large handicapped bathroom, but I'm not sure a wheelchair could squeeze through the room to get to it. I would not come back.

Good budget hotel in Pasadena. The only thing was you can hear other guests shouting out loud during the midnight, good thing the safe guard was there to calm down the guests. Otherwise it's good to stay here, with friendly staff, free breakfast/parking/ wifi.

This is an outstanding place to stay if you need a base to explore LA. The quality at Best Western tends to be very consistent and extremely good value. You know exactly what to expect. At this particular Best Western, the staff go out of your way to make sure your needs are met. The breakfast is excellent value. They have bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, pastries, 3 kinds of cereals, fruits, coffee, and fruit juices. Coffee is available in the lobby thought the day. There is also a laundry room and the staff will happily give you quarters. The Wifi is very good, I am a power user and it satisfied my needs. Above all, the staff is very friendly and will do everything to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. This hotel is nothing fancy but is certainly a good location to stay and the staff is welcoming and helpful. We stay here often when in Pasadena and we are never disappointed.

The hotel staff was very, very good and courteous. The really mentionable items are the rooms are not very soundproof. Anything anyone did in an adjoining room or a room overhead was annoyingly intrusive to my room. The breakfast leaves ALOT to be desired. Luke worm coffee, warm water for hot cereal and the bacon was like thin wisps of paper.

We traveled 471 miles and were very tiried. The room was standard with hair dryer, refrigerator and coffee maker. We also had a continental breakfast that sadisfied my diabetic husbands needs. The room was quiet even though we were close to 210 freeway, and clean. Lots of resturants close by. We stopped at a members only Elks Lodge and had a great dinner about 5 miles away.

The staff was generous and helpful. Wanting to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. The pool area is in the front of the Hotel off the street but still clean and nicely setup.

We heading to LA for the Rock N Roll half marathon and did not want to drive in LA. So we selected this hotel because of the location in regards to the train. There are plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Everything was nice from the gentleman who checked us in, to the room. The area was very quiet for being close to the freeway.

I think the persons who greets you at arrival after a long day of work should be more happy and have the courtesy to welcome you, and thank you that your choice was Best Western and no other hotel or motel

You can tell this is an older motel that was not originally a Best Western. It has been nicely upgraded. There were details of the remodeling that could have been done to a higher standard. The front desk staff at checking in and check out were outstanding and very helpful. The room was clean and orderly. Breakfast was well done. The price as fair and reasonable.

We picked this spot for our Dodger game trip--room ok-breakfast ok quick and easy-showers could use upgrades-internet and printer in lobby was perfect. Good spot to stay for future trips would stay again

Room was on the second floor. Outdoor hallway amplifies the foot traffic. Otherwise, the room was very nice. Wood furniture finish on the classy side with glass tops. Bathroom sink side shelves is a nice touch. Toilet area a little small. Food was terrific. Coffee, Tea, Milk, Cereal, Walffle, Bacon, Saussage Patties, artificial eggs, muffins, Danish, bagels, oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, syrup, apples, bannas, regular sausage in a croissant. Plenty of parking. Internet dropped a few times. The area has everything. Smart and Final, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Trader Joes, Jack in Box, Staples, Big 5 Sporting. Hotel two blocks from the freeway.

The room was good, free wifi fridge, microwave, coffee pot, blow dryer, flat screen, ironing board. But 3 different days they called to tell us that they were going to turn off the water in an hour at 11am my husband and I both needed to be at work. I was frustrated by this the 2nd day they called and said they were going to turn it off in 15 minutes for an hour, I was frustrated by this I ran in the bathroom and filled up the tub and told my husband I needed to get ready first. Our house was being fumigated for termites and that is why we were staying here. He was not happy about this.

I traveled with a group of 40 people in 30 rooms for a one night stay. Check in went smoothly and they were great getting us all served for breakfast. The jacuzzi wasn't heating up properly and they made arrangements for us to use the jacuzzi at the hotel next door !

It's hard to go wrong with a Best Western. Don't count on a great breakfast but for a cup of coffee and something quick to eat this works for us. This place didn't have too many places to walk and eat. But we called Pizza Man for delivery great food.
