Another great stay at the Parker Best Western! The staff members are always very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and having breakfast on site is a big bonus. We stay here at least once a year, and we've never been disappointed.
This is one of those places I'll never forget. Not because it had a fancy spa, a wonderful jacuzzi, or anything special. In fact, it was plain but clean and decent. HOWEVER, the people there were SO OUTSTANDING I will always remember it. For comparison, we stayed last night at a place that had all those 'special amenities' but ZERO customer service. There really wasn't any to speak of. And it will be forgettable. I would rather stay at this BW any day over some of those other places I've been. I will never forget them and I am headed back!! Although I am writing this about 4 months late, I highly recommend this place. And don't forget to stop by Joshua Tree and get some excellent fried pickles at the saloon!!! Everyone in this area seems so friendly. Great vibes. Thank you Pat, Wanda, Ryan, & APRIL!! love ya all!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Pets are welcome and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We always enjoy staying at Best Western. We have never been disappointed. We joined the Best Western club and receive excellent discounts.
The service here is always amazing. Great staff and they always provide the best breakfasts. I also enjoy the coffee, it's always ready in the lobby. Everything is always clean and I like the location very very much since it's right by the Burger King.
We didn't know the hotel didn't have an elevator. I am an above knee amputee and my husband still recovering from hip surgery. Even though every room on the main floor were was reserved, staff were able to juggle rooms so we weren't stymied by stairs. Kind, welcoming staff….clean rooms…..delicious breakfast…..great location!
hotel stay was good but only thing to complain about that the BBQ were dirty so we didn't use it, location is great, and the laundry room you need to download an app to use so we went to laundromat instead
The location is very nice, kind of small, 42 rooms. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were average size, clean and well maintained. There is a fitness room with a treadmill and eliptical and third machine, but remember what it was. The breakfast was the typical; eggs, bacon and potatoes as well as a waffle maker. Of course juices and cereals.
Stay away. This hotel manager lies and it is evident with every response she posts in response to a negative review. If you have any issue, be prepared to be lied to and have a very rude treatment by this manager. Go next door to the Hampton Inn. Much better facility with very kind management.
What can I say? This was the perfect place for my sister and I to crash as a mid-point from San Diego to the Grand Canyon. Convenient and close to everything! Front desk was friendly and helpful, A/C worked (it was so SO hot out haha). Complimentary breaky was great!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, big rooms, and great breakfast. I recommend staying here to all my friends and family. Great vacation and great hotel equals great time. Thanks you staff for the wonderful time.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. Great service from Ryan and his crew. The building was nicely finished and the rooms were clean. The carpet is a little outdated, not the prettiest but I felt good about the room in a cleanliness way, good job housekeeping! I was allowed to book the room with my PET which was a huge plus, the employees all loved her dearly and had no problem with her. As long as your pet is well behaved and will not make a mess you shouldn't have a problem. At this time there is a $20 fee per pet per room, with a max of 2 i believe. Clean up after your pets outside if you bring them, there's a station with poop bags if necessary! The pool was very nice too, the water was clean and I saw a lady cleaning it very often with a net and checking everything around it. Overall great experience, highly recommend this place!!!
Best Western in Parker, AZ is amazing! This hotel is above standards in the industry. The staff and management steps out of their "norm" to take care of the guests. I had been in a serious accident outside of Parker and the State Trooper brought me in to the hotel. I met Ryan at the front desk and he made sure my room was easy to reach. I received such great assistance from Laura Logan, Manager, Ryan, and Maria that a mere recommendation does not convey the extent that staff will go to so they can assure guests are their #1 priority.
Clean Best Western which was nice, pool area clean and nice, have options for eating within walking distance. Breakfast area very nice and clean and is kept up good. Quiet location with no real bad noise for sleeping.
I was traveling with a dog and a cat and made that clear when I called the reservation number. I triple checked that cats were allowed, was even placed on hold and it was confirmed cats were allowed. At the check-in desk in Parker, in the middle of the desert, and three hours from any major city, I was informed cats were not allowed. The clerk at just swiped my card, and refused to give me a refund. When I was told that reservation was not what the hotel policy was it, they refused to refund my room. The manager agreed that it was a communication problem between reservations and their hotel, and refused to give me a refund. Unreal! After a long day of travel for everyone, I was forced to drive three more hours in the night to get housing.
I have stayed here before and would recommend this hotel. very convenient and clean/ comfortable. there is a burger king next door that I always go to and is convenient for dinner. hotel staff is great and very friendly!
We had a great stay at the best western inn in Parker Az The room was really nice and Ryan who works at the front desk was very nice. He was very professional and helped us with our luggage as it was very heavy. I will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.
We had excellent service, great variety of breakfast food and the washer and dryer was a big plus for us. Very friendly and felt very comfortable. The location was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Parker.
We were traveling on the road and stayed here very last minute. I had low expectations as it was a smaller town in the middle of the Desert. The room was clean and up to date and the beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Great place to stay. Attentive staff, The homemade cookies in the afternoon are awesome. Great breakfast. I like that there is coffee in the front lobby.Rooms have great amenities ,great pillows , great mattress too!
This hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. We had some trouble getting the TV to work, but the guy from reception came up twice until it was fixed. The breakfast was surprisingly good. There's not much to see in Parker, but if you need somewhere to stay, this is a good bet. There are no elevators to the second floor - just a tip if you have difficulty with stairs.
I found it clean, convenient and comfortable. It would be helpful for your guests to know there is no elevator access to second floor. Air conditioning worked well and I greatly appreciated the refrigerator.i. Had a difficult time making the TV work. I was in room 203. I believe the batteries in the remote were bad. But so buy I did not have time for television anyway. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.
I'm traveling a lot and this hotel one-of the cleanest hotel that I stayed. Front desk people are friendly, professionals. Rooms , bathrooms , hallway clean. The hotel has a gym , nice pool. Ice machine was working. Great place to stay!
The GM Laura here is very rude not friendly at all and other workers seem like they don't want to be there either. Just stay at another hotel plain and simple your better off spending your money else where.
I found this hotel to be extremely clean with friendly staff. The value for this location was excellent. I had the breakfast which provided a great variety of items. Staff was on hand keeping the area stocked and very clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend Best Western, Parker!
I can honestly say I am so pleased staying here. This location is so clean ,smells good , and the staff go above and beyond ! I will always book here.. location is perfect also. The breakfast is also great..
Hotel is in great location close to restaurants , stores and down the street from river. staff is super helpful , hotel super clean and breakfast is on point. We'll be staying here again thanks best western
Good prices and…. Friendly staff. Clean as could be. Amazing breakfast. Awesome amenities. I for the first time in along time felt like someone wanted to take care of me. Staff was fantastic!!! Thank you!!!
4 nights, room 101, clean, quiet, friendly team, especially Laura who had to deal with a "situation" all week ~ Took the time to take me to an ATM ;) - We had a great stay the only thing I wish we knew was there was breakfast every morning. Unlike the Hampton's it is down the hall in a side room, but once we found it we ate two excellent starts to the day!! Thanks again Laura and team - Go TOYO TIRES DBrick
This is a great hotel in Parker that is pet friendly. Well maintained, great food service and friendly staff. Food service started early so families can get on the road or water early!! Staff followed healthy protocols in keeping the facility clean and safe.

This is a very clean hotel located in a nice area. We had a trailer and there is plenty of room for parking with trailers. The room was very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Very good continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
We were surprised this wasn't at least a Best Western Plus. Checked in immediately by Wanda. She truly made the experience 10x better. Free hot breakfast in morning. Showers were updated. Very simple and clean hotel. Only thing is do not use Pay with Points through bestwestern.com. I did that but the hotel doesn't except them. Paid by BW travel cards instead but still working with customer service to get my points refunded (a week later).
This is the first hotel I have had to stay three days in order to find something needing repair. A slow draining bathroom sink probably due to a hair clog. I have stayed at Best Western premium listed hotels which were more aligned to low quality wrecks. This venue far exceeded my expectations. Modern and clean in dusty Arizona. Carpets and tile floors were clean without spots. Beds were comfortable. My wife was able to get up each morning without severe backaches. Staff was friendly and responsive. Mexican restaurant across the street is excellent. Throughly enjoyed my stay.
I walked across the street to go to dinner. The phone rang right after we ordered and I was yelled at by Wanda For leaving my dogs in the room. Less than five minutes later I was standing outside my room listening, when Wanda yelled at me from the corner by the front desk down the hallway to our room. This was witnessed by other guests. As she started coming towards me I went inside the room. Very aggressive and never acceptable to yell at a customer like that. The lady needs anger management. She ruined the stay. The next day was check out and the manager wasn't in before 9 so I reported the 2 incidents to front desk but was not contacted by management.
1st time in Parker, AZ. Picked the Best Western just because as a kid my parents always liked the BW's when we traveled. This particular location was close to where we needed to be for this trip. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and polite. Made you fell welcomed.
Staff was excellent, especially the lady at the front that greeted us (Mandy) very friendly. Rooms were clean, had all the typical amenities. Great spot to stay and price is reasonable. They even had a good selection for an easy breakfast. When we go to parker this is always our first choice.
he rooms are good for the price and the staff was extremely friending and engaging. This hotel while adequate is not one of the best Best Westerns I have stay at but good enough if you need a place as a stop over while on a longish drive. Hopefully you like a very soft bed.
Best Western is my first choice in hotels because they have always provided good service, clean rooms, and always have rooms available for my crew and I. It's nice to have a hotel chain that I can always depend on.
Excellent breakfast with great variety for a smaller hotel. Friendly and accomdating Front Desk folks...comfy room and a decent location. Smaller town so close to things you need. Outdoor pool is nice though not heated.
After driving for four days with an older dog, we were tired and ready to be home. This overnight stay was the best in every way. Great, clean, comfortable room with great amenities. Our first full hot breakfast since COVID started and very good with lots of choices. And, the staff very helpful. Wish we could have this experience every time.
Clean nice size room, the customer service at this Best Western is outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating will definitely stay here again. Very close to shopping and the Casino and the Marina.
Arrived after a day on the river. Room was non-smoking, but that clearly had been violated. Room was infested with flies (told to kill w/ magazine). Finally, shower didn't work. Manager hung up on me when I called to complain.
I was put in a handicap room even though other rooms were available. Room had no weather seal at door allowing noise and light. Train track next to room wakes you up several times a night with horn. Has to leave early due to emergency. Was charged for 4 nights while only stayed 1 night. Manager was rude and refused to refund over charge. Company has contract in place that is not being honored for early checkout.
We've stayed at this property several times and it's always been great. Friendly, helpful staff and always clean. The rooms are nice and the breakfast fine. Covid protocols seemed to be followed. We look forward to our next visit!
We were extremely pleased with the customer service we received during our stay. Every front desk agent we encountered made us feel welcomed. Our room way clean and spacious. Breakfast was a great bonus. We will definitely be back.
We've stayed in the same hotel for three years and it has changed hands repeatedly. Best Wester completely remodeled to a very modern look. The lobby is extremely noisy because there is nothing to absorb the sound so if you get two or three groups there the sound bounces off the hard surfaces. The rooms are lovely but the new HVAC system either is boiling hot or freezing cold. If they could get a handle on that it would be a higher rating. The bed & linens were wonderful! The breakfast (?) consisted of all pre packaged (ick) grab & go stuff. Considering other hotels are now serving breakfast, it's a shame BW hasn't changed their policy. Considering the price increased approximately $100 over the last 18 months, we expected more!
Nice hotel, room was clean and in good condition. Front desk people were super nice and gave us some great restaurant tips in Parker. They had discount coupons for the Mexican Restaurants across the street that was also great!
Very nice, clean, great staff. Didn't realize it's 40 min from I10, however the staff were great, very friendly. Facilities very clean. Breakfast service had just restarted & was typical, cold & hot items.
Nice property with pool. Refrigerator and microwave Ice and filtered water, coffee, breakfast, clean, always someone at front desk. Everything worked. Close to casino and food. Could have my pet with me. Will definitely come back.
Room and property was great management and staff attitude are the worst not professional very rude and argumentive doesn't care for guest satisfaction worst customer service I ever experienced. Having to deal with problems not only at check in but at check out as well with the bills and them not wanting to take my gift card because they already charged me the night of check out date with out asking , then made it seem like a problem to go back and take my gift care be aware look at your bills .
I am a hard person to please, or so I am told. When I arrived to the hotel it was 115 outside and I was tired, cranky and hot. The staff offered me something to drink and a place to sit while I was checking in. Although the staff was unaware, this was extremely helpful, as I am handicapped. Laura check us in, and went out of her way to assure us of the hotel's dedication to making sure our stay was a great one. We were having problems with our cable connection, and Laura personally made sure it was working before leaving for the day, even though she was off the clock. The whole staff was both fun and professional at the same time, and they are why I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Parker Arizona, nor will any of our friends. Thank you, Laura, for everything you did for us. You made that hotel everything it is today!!!
The hotel and location are decent. Breakfast, check-in process, and customer service could use some improvement. The room was dirty from previous guests and had to wait 30 minutes in line while a large party was having an argument with the front desk before getting a new room. I felt the staff could have helped the others in line while the manager worked out the differences with the irritated family but instead the manager said to the ladies complaining ahead in line that they had to wait their turn. I have stayed in many hotels and this one was very overpriced in my opinion, but guess that is because of supply and demand. The burrito place across the street was nice.
Went to check in on the afternoon of Jun 27 and the front desk clerk asked my wife what was wrong with our house because we are local. My wife is kinder than me. I would have said, "none of your Goddamn business disease."
Everything was really good except for the AC and the decor of the room this is probably the only best western I've been too that didn't have up to par decor In the room but the water pressure was good fridge andi microwave worked not as many mirrors as other best westerns
I have stayed at this hotel a few times, but it's been awhile since the last time. It is conveniently located near the center of town, with several eating establishments near by. It's a two-story hotel with interior walkways. The room has all the usual amenities, a fridge, microwave, coffee makers, etc. Breakfast was somewhat limited by COVID-19 restrictions, but still consisted of several choices from muffins and cereal to breakfast sandwiches. The choices were put in a paper bag which also included an apple. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly.
clean, nice bed. everything was great, Nice staff. Had a nice breakfast to go and coffee for the road. Plenty of towels and comfy bed. The room was a nice size not cramped at all. Would stay here again.
Very Nice, Very Clean, Very Friendly, Very Impressive! Everything was better than I expected here. The room was especially nice and clean. We were impressed to have a good size counter and sink in the bathroom and another sink outside the bathroom.. Everything worked great, even the WiFi. The staff was beyond courteous to everyone. Housekeeping was great. The packaged breakfasts were good. Having a microwave fridge and freezer was a bonus! Truly a ‘Best!' Best Western.
Room clean, comfortable and fresh. Good a/c, clean fresh linens and comfortable pillows and mattress. There was a 2nd sink in the room so you could make coffee without having to go into the bathroom for water. Nice folks at check-in and breakfast. The heat and eat egg and sausage sandwich was good quality and delicious. (And, the Mexican restaurant across the street from the entrance is excellent!)
The area is not great and there aren't other major hotel chains like Marriott or Hilton. We weren't expecting much when we say the building but the rooms were very spacious and clean. Really surprised by how nice it was inside.
I spoke with the staff early on, due to the fact that we were scheduled to stay at a different property, but it was overbooked. We were changed to the Best Western and were very happy with the Manager's helpfulness in getting us the accommodations we needed (we had 4 rooms) in a timely and friendly manner. When we arrived at the hotel, they remembered they had spoken to me and greeted us everyday, and asked how everything was going. We will definitely stay at the Best Western in Parker again!
We were very tired from a long drive. We found our room had used soap, used shampoo and conditioner, a bag of garbage and a half eaten snack. We brought everything to the front desk . The employee was horrified and offered another room. We didn't want to move and disinfected it ourselves. At this point, during covid 19, I didn't have faith the next room would be better. I asked for some credit on this room and didn't get it because the front desk employee was not authorized. I expected better from Best Western.
Stopped for the night on a road trip. It was clean and cozy. The cleaners do start early in the morning but I'm an early riser so that didn't bother me. Caitlin assisted me at the front desk and she was very friendly and polite. I didn't know what I wanted for breakfast so she explained all the options in detail and made recommendations. She even went in the back to grab me an orange because I preferred that to an apple. As I made my oatmeal she kindly talked to me about my travels and suggested I could benefit from becoming a member to earn points for my stays. I wasn't interested but it was kind of her to make the offer. When another customer came in she was just as amiable and struck up a conversation with them to make them feel welcome. She was probably the most memorable part of my stay. The room was average, clean, warm, and the beds were comfortable.
Very comfortable and safe in this motel. The staff was extremely friendly and anxious to help you whether it was for breakfast or room needs. We would stay here again. Felt Price was a little High. We saw the manager while there and she was also very polite and interested in taking care of us.
Hotel and room were clean. Staff were all friendly, check in person was very helpful with area restaurants. Pet friendly and a reasonable daily charge for pet (other hotels charge a much higher flat fee whether you stay 1 or 7 nights).
I recommend the Best Western located at Parker, Arizona the customer service is excellent including the rooms. During this pandemic, I needed to relax and be safe (health) and I felt that I received both at the Parker Best Western.
I stayed in Parker a few times now, and this was a 2nd stay at the Best Western. I was impressed with a young lady at the front desk, call Catlin. She carried her self like a manager and I asked her if she was. She said no, but was so customer attentive. I told her, to think about applying for the joy or moving up with BW. Really nice customer service from her.
I've left a similar review on Google, and I rarely leave a review. But even now several days after checking out, I'm still animated to share my experience of this Best Western in Parker, AZ. Caitlin was incredibly caring, generous, and authentically magnanimous. I wasn't surprised to see her name come up with other glowing reviews. Definitely stay here!
I went to the hotel to hopeful get a room, using Best Western Promotion of staying 2 SEPARATE stays and receive a FREE night! Mostly because my bank account was hacked and the nearest Bank was 90 plus miles away at approximately 7 PM at night. The Bank had to deactivate my debit card and I would NOT have access to bank until the next day. I was traveling from South Dakota to AZ. The front lady requested the manager open up the last room available so I could use my FREE night. Her name Is Laura , who was extremely rude and simple said, “NO” w/out asking what may have been going on with me, as a BW member. Laura was extremely unprofessional and acted like she didn't CARE if she was reported to management and handed me her business card! I was applauded at her sarcastic, rude behavior. I was so worried about where I would stay that night and she didn't have any disregard about my welfare! I would NOT recommended staying at this HOTEL! Worse experience in my life with any Hotels!
Booked with Best Western because of the location and price. It had the same rating as another hotel in town and was way more reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very sweet and nice and helpful. Best 6 nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel! Beds and bedding were awesome. The pillows were great! That never is the case in ANY hotel I have ever stayed in.
Clean rooms and guest area. Polite staff. We are traveling with 2 small dogs, pet deposit required but no big deal. I'd bring my own pillow next time-these were way too puffy for me. Easy to find location and a fast food place next door.
Great motel with excellent customer service and Mandy the manager does a great job keeping her staff and customers safe. thank you guys for your service especially during these trying times. I recommend this place greatly and there's lots of stuff around the motel and havasu is fifty miles away.
Not a terrible experience over all, but i won't be back. The room smelled of smoke and there were cockroaches in the sink area. Checked our room for cleanliness before bringing in our luggage, discovered bug afterward.
Stayed at the Best Western in Parker after a breakdown on the hiway for 4 hours. We were hot hungry and very tired. Kaitlyn at the front desk was so pleasant, and helpful. She went out of her way to be sure we were comfortable. Room was very clean and sanitized. I always try to stay at Best Western motels when traveling and this one is exceptional.
At a time when our country is hanging by a thread and finding people who truly care about anyone other than themselves is a novel concept, Mandy at Best Western Parker Inn in Parker, AZ was gracious and kind to this traveler who just needed Wi-Fi and the ability to use a phone. Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, but rest assured you will find that there are still good people out there who know how to serve others - Mandy is one of them and Parker Inn is a great place to stay because of Mandy and others like her.
Smell of cigarette smoke in lobby mixed in with urine. Pictures do not match what we saw online, they forgot to post the picture of the missing hotel sign on the building and faded paint. Rude to my family as we expressed our dissatisfaction with the uncomfortable first impression we felt and smelt.
We spent the day on the river and stayed at the Best Western over night. The general manager is was extremely welcoming and accommodating, along with the staff. Great pricing and even greater stay. Will definitely book again.
Had a great experience staying at the Best Western in Parker. There is a Hampton Inn just next door which we had stayed at before and it did not compare at all to this experience. Compared to the Hampton Inn our room at the Best Western was more spacious, offered more seating room, the fridge in the room had a freezer (we were shocked that the Hampton's fridge DID NOT), the bathroom door closed all the way of course (we were shocked that Hampton's DID NOT), we received great maid service (we were shocked that the Hampton DID NOT offer any maid service until you checked out), our room had a dresser (the Hampton DID NOT), the room was quieter, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff was so friendly and attentive (especially the general manager Laura who was very helpful and has a great sense of humor). I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Parker, our family already has our next trip booked with them!
When we arrived we were greeted with a big smile from Anglea she is a sweetheart heart she went above and beyond to help us with are stay her customer service was fantastic thank you for all your help Angela....
Absolutely love the staff, especially Laura! 5 stars in my book! Such a great stay, had a great vacation! All though the breakfast was closed Laura made us yummy breakfast to go! Definitely recommend this hotel
We got charged for a room we did not reserve and the desk person and the manager we very rude. They said we made a reservation and then didn't cancel it and didn't show up. We did not make a reservation. So once they have your credit card information they can do anything they want! When we stayed there, I think someone came down and made a reservation for the 15 of January but it wasn't us. But they charged us anyway. We will never stay there again. We have never had a dispute with a hotel before and we always stay at Best Western motels but this left a bad taste in our mouths. Very rude.
This was a clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was the usual, and good. I was disappointed in that my BestWestern card did not get me a discount for the room as it is when I stay at a Choice hotel. Given that, I think the price is too high for the area that the hotel is in.
The staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Truly the most inhospitable experience. We were blamed for their faulty plumbing, harassed by management for having brought our 2 year old dog to a pet "friendly" hotel. Manager was misinformed of their own corporate policy regarding pets, our dog is 80 pounds which is allowed you can even bring two if you choose. We were 8 minutes late past check out coming back from a boat trip and they were in our room, never calling us. When they left the room and us in the hall we tried to enter but our key wouldnt work because of being late and we asked them to open it they said we had to go back down to the front desk. Just to harass us. The housekeeper was kind and opened it. Front desk clerk was angry with us and never said hello or welcome back our entire stay. You will not find any other negative reviews from me, I understand the hospitality industry is tough, myself and my family having worked in hotels ourselves that's why this review was so hard to write. We are kind, easy going pet lovers, I am a teacher and I can only hope that the manager use this opportunity to take a serious look at their treatment of myself and my wife and take responsibility for their actions and learn from them. We did not argue, fight, or return their rudeness, we were calm and kind but astonished.
Room 102 A was noticably clean! The TV's remote control appeared clean, also (my last Best Western in Needles, CA had the remote in one of those little sleeves/holders that claim the remote has been sanitized, but you could see the funk on it; it looked so nasty, I put a tissue over it to use it!). I will definitely return the Parker Best Western. It was pet friendly, too! I travelled with my two little dogs, Doodle and Annie (like anyone really wants to know their name, haha!).
If in Parker, consider here a good stop. No elevator for second floor. However, front desk staff actually helped carry up bags! This was a first, and so friendly. Very clean, new facility, very quiet. Breakfast very well presented.
Some room have been remodeled and upgraded, I would definitely ask for one of these rooms. Overall rooms are not bad but the carpet needs to be replaced just feels dirty. My night time associate was very helpful.
We usually go to the Parker 425 race & this is the first time we stayed at Best Western. We know the Best Western is the best but we knew we'd have to pay more but it was worth it to have quiet & comfort.
My wife and I along with our two dogs spent one night here. We were treated well when we checked in. The young man at the desk was friendly. He did not charge us an additional pet fee. We were told we could leave our pet unattended for one hour. My lab and boxer are well traveled and well behaved. We were gone a half our and I received a rude call from the female manager. She said our dogs were barking. I was one block away and came right over. My dogs were quiet and not barking. The manager acted as if my dogs had mauled someone to death. She was rude and then charged me for two pet fees, an extra $40.00. If you advertise as pet friendly you must be aware that dogs bark sometimes and not react rudely. I can understand if my dogs were barking excessively or we we gone long. But in this case the manager acted as if we were now unwelcome. This manager spent all her time smoking at the main entrance. She was always outside smoking. Maybe she should spend more time at work and less stinking up the place.
Best Western Parker Inn provided a great place to stay while visiting the Parker, AZ.area. Centrally located to all shopping and restaurants both Arizona and California resorts.also a short drive to Lake Havasu and the services located there. I've stayed here many times while in the area visiting family and friends
Wonderful place to stay. The location is in the center of town and near all the restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. I would recommend this hotel.
Stayed at BW Parker once before. Very impressed with staff and room; clean and very comfy (two queen beds, each with FOUR pillows!). On the first stay we didn't sample the free breakfast -- we'll never miss it again! Along with all the usual "continental" offerings, there were five hot items including corned beef hash, plus the makings for blueberry waffles! A $12 breakfast free! What a complete delight!
This was a last minute quick trip. we were able to get reservations with no problems. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Only problem we had, we could hear a child running around in room above us.
I booked a room online and even though they say at bestwestern.com non-refundable and they charge your card immediately Parker inn charges you when you get there at a higher rate, put pet fee tax on 4 times for a 1 night stay, treats you terribly and accuses you of lying, trying to get a free room, screaming and yelling of which I have video and pics to prove she's lying! Would never stay there or any other bestwestern since corporate would do nothing! Look up yelp reviews and others , she's done this many times!
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. This motel is running some type of scam to take your money. It has happened to my family not just once but twice at this BEST WESTERN PARKER INN. There is no such thing as customer service or customer care at this establishment. My mom booked a room online through BEST WESTERN.COM. You try telling me how that is not affiliated with Bestwestern. The lady at the front desk when checking in accused my mom multiple times that she booked third party. This lady did not care that my mom had the email or confirmation number confirming we went through best western.com She said your card was not charged and your new fee would be more. My mom did not want her to charge her card since the email when booking said your card would be charged immediately. We were charged twice two years ago and have documentation to prove it. The credit card company had to dispute those charges as well since the manager Laura Logan denied she double charged us and said we had two rooms when we didn't. The lady at the front desk this trip pulled the key from my mom when she said I don't want you to charge my card I do not consent to that. At this time I went in since this was taking a while. My mom is on her cell phone at the front desk saying I have to call customer care she doesn't see the room charge I booked for. I'm holding my dogs in the lobby and said " We can't even have our room?" The lady at the front desk said and I quote in the rudest TONE EVERRRRRR. "That's not what I said." Talk about great customer relations here. Expecting the manager to fix this issue the next day and getting a receipt since front desk lady never gave us one I decided to record this conversation. WHICH IS COMPLETELY LEGAL IN ARIZONA!!!!!!. The manager would do nothing, my mom said there is a problem and she said, "Well there's not." Who as a manger would say that to a customer. My mom was only willing to pay the price she booked online through bestwestern.com and the manager kept saying nope I only see the price on my screen. I asked Laura Logan why would that price be different on your screen and she claimed she didn't know she couldn't see the email confirmation. My mom chimed in and said customer care sees it. I told her do you want to see the email? She got all defensive and threw her hand at mine and said "calm down." I ran and got my moms email to show the proof and guess what she would do nothing. She never apologized for the way the front desk lady treated us, or for our stay or the issue that was at hand. She said she would work with bestwestern on this. Come to find out bestwestern can't do a darn thing and they won't even try. Now to make matters even worse you should have been in the room they put us in. We were traveling with family as well and they had a great room unlike us. I went to take a shower and I look up and black marks are all over the ceiling and it looked like water damage pockets. I have proof to show for that as well. She emailed back saying they weren't black mold, then emailed again saying she didn't see anything now SHE SAYS THOSE PICTURES AREN'T FROM BESTWESTERN PARKER INN. She has lied through her teeth the entire time and its ridiculous. DON'T EVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL unless you like to be scammed. People think they can get away with being vindictive and taking advantage that's not gonna happen again to us. A customer care representative COULD SEE THE CHARGE MY MOM BOOKED FOR funny that the manager won't do anything about it. Most unhelpful, unapologetic person in the motel business I have ever met. She has deleted my moms reviews and this is unacceptable.
Came in late from a drive through California. Staff offered help with our full luggage cart each time we came through the door with it. Staff courtesy was the best part of our experience here. Room was large, clean and well-appointed. Wi-fi was fast and efficient. Night staff gave us a double queen room rather than a king and it worked out very nicely. Breakfast was plentiful but the breakfast room is small. We had dinner in Lake Havasu City, which was an excellent idea as restaurant choices in Parker are limited.
Every time I come to the Best Western in Parker,AZ my stay is absolutely wonderful! Nice rooms and amazing Sunday morning breakfast. Close to everything in town. Rooms are nicely updated and always clean. Parking isn't horrible compared to other river town hotels. Front desk staff is always nice and happy to be at work.
Great experience! Hotel was super clean, staff was friendly, very quiet location and the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. Not to far from the river front. We will definitely be staying here again.
Unusually clean and detail-oriented. Friendly, Quality bed and bedding. Breakfast was better than average for this price. Extra nice with quality details. Quiet and safe. It's simple but felt good. Nice staff.
Excellent staff, especially manager Laura. Made reservations for friend whose home was damaged during recent storm. She said Laura and her staff were superb. Catered to her every need immediately. Delicious breakfasts, housekeeping staff outstanding.
Staff hanging around front desk talking upon arrival. Ski jet in disabled parking, when I asked about it I was told it was the manager's, I asked them to please movie so I could park there because of my husbands medical condition. They moved "her" car from the "other" disabled parking spot! They told me there were no rooms downstairs per my reservation, again I explained my husbands medical condition and they had a accessible room downstairs but it had an adjoining room which was not acceptable they had someone in that adjoining roo. Well they happened to have "another room it too was adjoining but "promised" no-one would be in that room. Struggled with luggage, front door not easy to work with luggage etc., while staff watched without offering help....Room was dark, not inviting, drapes not working well to open window light....room appeared clean, room good size, noisy hallway. Food standard but no regular black tea. Swimming pool not working but had option to go to "sister" motel next door to use theirs. Price much higher for less and poorer quality than same type of facility in same type of location. They need help!
We had to stay last minute when we got a flat tire in the desert after business hours. We found this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality... Mandy at the front desk was so friendly and the place was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
I left Los Angeles on a random road trip to the Colorado River area of Arizona, so I made last minute reservations at the Best Western Hotel in Parker. Upon arrival, I was so pleasantly surprised at the customer service and cleanliness of this property. I was checked in by Laura the General Manager, she did all the right things a G.M. should, offering me my rewards bag etc., but went above and beyond with great suggestions of sights i should see while i was in the area. Thanks to Laura, my little two day road trip was beyond spectacular. I travel 100+ nights a year for work, so to receive the customer service like that, in combination with the very nice property, I highly recommend this location. P.S., they served Tater Tots for breakfast too!
This Best Western was so clean, great customer service, perfect location to the river, and had a free yummy breakfast to boot! I went to a boutique hotel in Palm Springs before this and was blown out of the water at how much better this Best Western was compared to that experience. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to this location!
I had some business across the river in Big River,Ca so I stayed at the Best Western in Parker. The beds, were to die for, so comfortable. Had some paperwork to fax, but the hotel wanted to change me $1 a page, even though I am a platinum member. I would stay there again, but will blog BW.
It was a very pleasant from beginning to end. The breakfast prepared by Xochitl was excellent! Would definitely book here again. My team and I were happy to book a hotel which had a professional and friendly staff.
hotel was clean and quiet with a great breakfast and friendly staff, blanca was very helpful, would stay again but would enjoy my stay more had the pool been heated, it was a bit too cool for us to swim
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of stay at Best Western. We definitely will be using Best Western again. The breakfast was nicely stocked and of great quality and variety. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
For an older hotel, this one shines. Obviously updated and clean, no chipping tiles or worn dirty carpets. Very friendly and helpful staff (talking about you, Blanca), adequate breakfast. Don't let the absent elevator deter you, plenty of ground level rooms. My only complaint, and this hotel is not alone in this, are the overstuffed, foam-pieces pillows. What happened to flatter pillows? I also would have liked an accessible electrical outlet next to the bed for devices like my cell phone. Overall, a lovely, clean and quiet place for the price.
As a business traveler I look for things like clean, comfortable, smells good when you walk in the door. Many options for breakfast choice. This property has all that and more. The staff if very helpful and professional. I know there are other choices but because of there professionalism, cleanliness, and staff is always kind, this is my go to hotel when in the area. I will be back and encourage you to stay as well.
As always our stay at the Best Western in Parker was a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth with the pleasant and accommodating people at the front desk. The rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable that I actually tried to buy the same mattress several months ago. The breakfast has everything you could want whether you eat a hearty breakfast with eggs and meat or just enjoy a cup of coffee and a danish. I had a problem with our TV and it was fixed within 5 minutes of my contacting the front desk. We travel to Parker twice a year and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else but Best Western Parker Inn.
The location is easy to find- great restaurants within walking distance. I have never stayed at this location, Its hard to find a nice, clean facility that is worth the dollar value. Best Western of Parker, AZ has a beautiful hotel and nice central location to meet all your traveling needs.
We arrived at this Best Western, only intending to stay two nights. We wound up staying a total of 7 nights because of the cleanliness, the hospitality, and comfort of the room. The staff, led by Laura, was excellent; the bed was comfortable; the room was very clean and updated; the breakfast was tasty. They even had gluten free food items available. Even though we didn't require full housekeeping every day, the room was freshened by Ana daily. If you want a nice place to stay at reasonable prices, give the Best Western in Parker, AZ a try.
The Best Western Parker is my place to stay when visiting the Parker area. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big. Breakfast in the morning is always hot and tasty with a large selection of breakfast foods. Coffee is always available in the lobby and well as cookies in the evening. The Direct TV service provided has a large selection of channels to choose from with plenty of movie channels. Burger King is located right next door and there is a good Mexican restaurant across the street. No problems here folks. Nothing fancy, but nice clean hotel with a good convienent location.
Has the look and feel of an old motel. Example , the upstairs exterior hallway flooring is painted plywood. The rooms are clean and have been refurbished but dark colours and furnishings make it feel unwelcoming.
As I travel with large show dogs, I called this hotel before booking my reservation to ensure my Newfoundland would be welcome and to ensure I would have a large room. When I checked in, I was told that the only larger rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. The staff very kindly offered to help me lug everything upstairs, but it was still a major inconvenience. Then my second night there, as I was heading upstairs with my dog, the woman at the front desk asked how much my dog weighed. I told her 140 pounds and she informed me that this property has a 70-pound weight limit for dogs (which is ridiculous and discriminatory). I replied that I had called and been told he would be OK, that he is a show dog that I travel with frequently and we mostly stay at Best Westerns. Then I got up to my room, which I had left about noon to find a note stuck in the lock slot that my room had not been serviced because the "Do Not Disturb" sign must be "removed between 8AM and 12PM. As I prefer a hotel with an elevator that doesn't dictate what size dog I have and what hours I should be in my room, I'll find other accommodations the next time I visit Parker, AZ. By and large, I've had very good luck with Best Westerns, but this was one of the few exceptions. I'll stick to Best Western Plus or Best Western Premium from here on out.
Trip was for a surprise 80th Birthday party. The hotel is in the center of town with everything within walking distance. Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and good breakfast included in the price. Definitely recommend this hotel.
This location is convenient with a Walmart and Safeway close by. Casino a mile away. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was great with a many options. Staff is attentive and courteous. Will stay here again.
I've stayed at this property several times and each time it's been great. the property is always been clean comfortable and welcoming, Thanks to the great hotel staff. The pool makes for excellent way to refresh any time in the desert heat.
Clean rooms great pool awesome breakfast nice staff laundry room too grill nice computer nice hot hotel very good water exercise room great location good cookies nice towels good showers nice carpet Too
Stayed at the Best Western in Parker, AZ. We were running late for an appointment but needed to change to get ready...we were 2 hours ahead of the regular check in time of 3. They not only got us into a room at 15 minutes to 1...we made our 1:30 appointment with enough time to calm our nerves! The room was super clean and very comfortable! Staff was awesome and breakfast was very good and the dining room was spacious. Microwave, refrigerator, everything worked, especially the AC! It was 110 outside so that was a wonderful thing! We will be back again!
This place has drug paraphernalia all over. The beds are dirty. It's a weekly. Most sit in the parking lot drinking. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere for safety and comfort. The owners are rude, can't speak English but very racist.
Room are always quiet, dont hear TV from other rooms or noise from lobby. I stayed in the room next to breakfast room and didnt smell food That's awesome Very friendly staff always, great you like the only guest
Basic hotel with everything you need for an overnight stay. Spacious room and bathroom. All simple and clean. Friendly front desk staff providing a quick an efficient check-in. We had a room with two queen beds and this might be the only negative, they were quite soft but of course this is personal preference
I just wanted to say thank you to Laura Logan. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. Thank you for the restaurant recommendation. Dinner was awesome! We will definitely stay there again when in the area. AND would definitely recommend this place!
If you go to Parker Az this is the best place to stay. This place is awsome, staff very friendly and helpful, The rooms are clean, plus they have a full breakfast with good food inclued. The manager Laura was very accommodating & helpful. We will stay there our next river trip.
First time at this hotel the lady at the front desk made us feel so welcome. Awesome hospitality !! Very welcoming and clean place . Had access to a clean pool & Landry room . The employees are very nice and welcoming. The A.C. is great!! The breakfast here has so many different options its super good and felt like home .
First time here , & already super happy with my stay . Amazing customer service , The young Lady at the front desk was super nice and very welcoming . We Will be coming back to this hotel for sure ! Great hotel really clean .
Was there for 8 weeks, staff was very helpful, rooms clean, breakfast good, only positive suggestion would be umbrellas at pool, sun is very strong, most guests are out on the river though, which is the big draw for going to Parker, will stay there again.
Manager blamed my wife for the microwave not working. Before our stay was over, we overheard 2 other people say that theirs was broken as well. Had to ask twice for 2 sheets for the pull out couch bed. They only wanted to give us 1 sheet???? This isn't acceptable, especially since the pull out couch had huge stains on the mattress! Water volume was very low on the shower. On the up side, the cleaning crew ALL said
The general manager Laura is nothing shy of amazing. When my family and I checked in I just mentioned how Expedia had charged me twice for our room and refused to refund us for the extra payment, without asking or hesitation she spent over 30 minutes on the phone demanding to refund " her guest" the additional charge. I received confirmation of the payment reversal immediately. This hotel will always receive my business. Thank you so much Laura for going over and beyond.
All the staff were helpful to the point of going above and beyond. They gave us local tips that only locals would know. They set up our next reservation at BW later that week. They opened a different room for us when we wanted a certain location.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. Modern bath and bed room décor was quite nice. Would stay again. Only improvement I would recommend is the shower head. Water pressure was very weak.
The hotel was easy to find and get in and out of. The staff was always ready with a smile and they always accommodating. The hotel and rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. We would stay there again if we return to Parker.
Hotel is conveniently located on main highway through town. While I wouldn't recommend a long stay it was fine for a stop over and provided good value for the price paid as breakfast was included. Hotel isn't far from casino or from Emerald Canyon Golf Course.
Stayed here for 4 nights in February. Very good service, full hot breakfast, very clean room, convenient location. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful in updating my Best Western account. Would stay there again.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are pleasant and very clean and the complimentary breakfast is ample and tasty. I love staying at this place and I know I will not be disappointed. I don't think it's any accident that this hotel sells out before any of the others in town on big weekends and in the summer.
Booked this Best Western hotel based on high reviews and was not disappointed. Welcomed at front desk immediately without waiting for person to appear from back office. Cheerful and friendly, informative. Informed that parking my motorcycle in front parking space was safe as there was a staff member at front desk all night. My room was on second floor, no elevator but not a problem with me. Room was clean and perfectly maintained, flawless, better than the majority. Bed supportive and comfortable(could have used a softer pillow), room WAS CLEAN and smelled CLEAN without the aid of a strong chemical deodorizer a HUGE PLUS ( I believe folks that enjoy smelling deodorizer chemicals forget that it covers up odors and that room is not CLEAN!. I have sensitive sinuses and detest the odor of strong artificial chemicals, like an airborne poison.) Extra touches include softened water(!), very hot water, pack of q tips and other items on bathroom counter. El Sarape restaurant was within walking distance so folks that eat at the Burger King next door for either lunch or dinner deserve it. Hot breakfast was very good, check out was quick and friendly. Folks there appear to truly care about customer service and management has not spared anything to ensure comfort of visitors.
I had to come to town, and didn't have a place to stay. I called and got Gail in the phone, and she was a delight. I travel for a living and have a lot of luggage, and she was able to get me a first floor room so I didn't have to carry my stuff upstairs. Since I travel for a living I had racked up A ton of travel points. I have never used them because I didn't know how. Gail looked up my points and applied them to this stay and now I'm staying for free. Gail is a rockstar in my book. Fabulous rooms a fabulous employee. They hit it out of the park. Definitely great place to stay.
Been at this hotel for several week service is excellent special thanks to Gail she has made are stays away feel like home. Rooms are clean and comfortable reasonable rates breakfast served early so we can eat before work everyone seems happy to be working great atmosphere Thank You Bill
Okay-always the ???? first: GREAT STAFF; from Laura at front desk who checked us in to SPOTLESS rooms (cleanest ever!) to the night desk whom immediately addressed concerns-thank you all -it really IS the people who make a place. Property assessment: Building itself is lovely but don't look out window if you are on Southside as there is a Dusty & depressing lot across the way. If you don't have pets, stay on the east wing. The security door on west wing abuts a Burger ?? King ?? Drive-thru-LITERALLY abuts it and Burger King does not seem to care that their drive thru is an armpit. Biggest Concern: Security door for West Wing was propped open EVERY time we left our room and the adult traffic coming in and out was a bit unnerving as they did not appear to be guests but rather a party gang as the hallway wreaked like smoke (cigarettes or?) from open door or rooms? The two rooms at end of that hall were left lock-opened all evening and I got the feeling that this was maybe where maintenance lived? Could be wrong but something was off. When I expressed my concerns to Front Desk -lovely young lady-wish I would have remembered her name, she, too, was concerned as she had been closing it all night as well as had we. I could tell she was as frustrated about it as us but unfortunately could not see the hall from reception area. She assured me she addressed it with GM. Summation: It is the employees that keep us coming back and we will and I have faith that BW Corporate & its clearly well-trained employees will deal with the problems we encounter. We had been using another hotel chain for years who really disappointed us with their non-caring approach after a horrendous experience-our Choice is now Best Western for the reasons stated. Thank you BWestern. ??
We took a trip with my cousins to Southern Arizona in January. We arrived in Parker early afternoon. They had misspelled our last name and could not find us pre-registered, but after discovering it was there we got booked in. Lovely place to stay!!!!!! Clean room, cookies at the desk, and a lovely breakfast the next morning. We will be sure to stay here again if we head in that direction. Thanks Best Western for a lovely room and a lovely stay.
The short story is... the staff here is amazing and the facility is as well. They are incredibly accommodating. We had some miscommunications here at work and the front desk staff went far above and beyond!!!
We always stay at a Best Western. The one in Parker, AZ is by far the best one so far! The staff is so cheerful and helpful! Each and everyone of them. The room was larger then others we stayed at and very clean. Free full breakfast was great. It was a wonderful experience! Highly Highly recommend!!
In town for work, this is right next door to a sister property. It's been here for a number of years and is well maintained - top notch really. Flawless check in. Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Nearby dining options. Even though close to train tracks, it's not a loud and busy rail line - doubt anyone would really notice. It's what I expect of the Best Western properties. I'd stay here anytime.
Everything was very good. The people are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I like having a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. We had the scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and orange juice. We also had coffee.
The rooms were spotless. We have stayed in Vegas hotels and Best Western by far was much cleaner and the staff was great. The bathroom was spotless, the sheets on the beds were very clean and they smelled clean. I would highly recommend family and friends to stay at Best Western in Parker, Az. You will be completely satisfied with your stay.
Location is very good to sleep close to the airport before flight Non smoking room smell smoke little bit. found some cigarette at the window when open Breakfast is low average. No meat, Poor toaster.
Great staff and very clean Location is good and great Mexican restaurant to walk to across the street. Short drive to all kinds of shopping and within 5 miles of a beautiful drive along the Parker Strip.
Friendly staff, coffee and fresh cookies, gym, clean large room, hot and cold breakfast room, the only problem is no elevator, ask for lower floor if needed, and the train that whistled several times during the night.
Very happy with my choice to stay at Best Western Parker Inn. As usual, I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling up the river in Arizona. You will not be disappointed.
Comfortable guest room with good internet quality and extensive TV choices. The breakfast was a complete service with eggs sausage and potatoes. It is walking distance to several restaurants that offer a variety of menus.
Check in was easy n fast. Great customer service. Enjoyed the breakfasts n everything is so clean. Stores n other restaurants are close. Casino n lake so much to do! Loved the stay n very happy with the hotel.
I loved staying at this hotel, it was clean, smelled good and very comfortable. I'm glad my mom and I were able to get in on such short notice without any problems. Would definitely stay here again. I had a reservation at another hotel that couldn't get us into a downstairs room and wanted to make my mom (who has one leg) walk up a flight of stairs. The other hotel called best western and set had the room held so that I could drive straight over there. I ended up with their last room and I was so thankful to have found it as everywhere else was booked due to a canoe race.
Only there one night on way to Grand Canyon. Very good value for the price. Rooms OK & clean. Staff very helpful . Breakfast included & for the overall price paid OK . Did not use Pool although it looked clean & looked after.
This hotel was very accommodating. The room was clean and the best part is they had one of the quietest room in-wall air conditioners I have experienced and I travel quite a lot. The breakfast room is a little on the small side but with not that many guests during my stay but it was adequate.
Laura, the manager at the Best Western in Parker was very helpful and pleasant to make sure our stay was what we expected. We are going back again in the future and plan on staying every time we have to go back for business. Thank you, Craig Davis
The pictures of this hotel on the website are misleading, it's rather worse. The pool pic looks great, in reality it is small and located at the front of the hotel next to the street. Without any shade or covering you can only sit there after 3pm when the hotel blocks the sun. The shower keeps dripping after use - continuously - the foset heat and cold work reverse etc etc. For one night passing through, ok. Otherwise, pick somewhere else.
A great value and good options for the breakfast dining room. A most friendly staff, helpful and pleasant. We primarily bathed, slept and ate breakfast there. The rest of the time we were on the River with family members who own a house in AZ.
The hotel is pretty clean, not fancy with average breakfast provided. Pool is small but refreshing. Convenient location in Parker. Best hotel we have stayed in Parker so far. Next to Burger King. Several restaurants nearby. Small gym with updated equipment.
Nice hotel functional and good place to stay. Comfortable bed, the ac unit was little noisey but it was not too bad. Breakfast was available early 4:00am which was great !! Good food choices and a quite place to stay in the evening.
Last time I stayed in Parker, I was so dissatisfied with hotel choices, that I chose a nearby Casino. But the casino put me so far back in their hotel that it took 5 minutes just to get to my room. So this time I chose this place. Now, being the best in Parker, they can charge a bit more than I think they deserve, Yes the room was quiet, and clean. But, there was no elevator, even though they only had two floors. The front door (doors actually, two of them, offset) were not automatic, so I had to drag my bag through 2 doors while holding them open. Then I carried my bag upstairs. But, they had one feature I think would be great, if I had to stay longer. Breakfast started at 4am. I wish other hotels served their working class clients that have to be onsite at their jobs at dawn. But in 30 years of business travel I've only come across 3 hotels that care about working class. This was really cool. So I raise their rating from OK to good, and that one feature balances out the manual door and lack of elevator. But, as for the best in town thing; there's a Hampton Inn being built next door. Unless that hotel really has exorbitant prices, I know most first timers will be choosing that one, as it is a Marriott property, and many working class people like Marriott points. Just my opinion.
The staff at this property was excellent. They were professional, courteous and patient. They complimented what was a comfortable, clean property. The motel is perfect for visitors to the area who are going to enjoy water activities on the Colorado river. The pool was well maintained and looked clean. The breakfast was excellent.
We checked in the Best Western on a hot 109 degrees. I requested an early check in and to have my room cooled down to accommodate my 2 English bulldogs. As they do not tolerate heat well. My room was immaculate a day cooled.
There was a problem with one of the rooms. It had a terrible odor. Other than that everything look fine. The smell was what it didn't make our stay that satisfied. They need to pay more attention to that.
If one is needing a safe, quality, and professional hotel in the Parker AZ area, look no further than the Best Western. Our son would stress how many of his colleagues would stay there when they travel from the Phoenix area. Finally, we took his advice and was so surprised but relieved that it was such a good value but far superior over any other faciltites in the Parker area. Look no further and save time and disappointment, go directly to the Best Western Parker Inn.
This hotel is clean and quiet. It's functional, but not luxurious. Restaurant onsite is a Burger King. Mini fridges have freezers which is nicer than most. The breakfast includes waffles, very thin bacon, and the usual pastries , but lacks cut up fresh fruit and non carb options.
The hotel was fine, the breakfast was minimal, the staff was good, the room has poor sitting for the desk, the room is uncomfortable just to try to sit and watch tv, the room I had was near the R&R tracks and burger king, very noisy.
Great Place to stay! Staff is excellent, room was clean, and the facilities were great! Looking forward to my next visit out to Parker. Will definitely bring the family out next time and enjoy the river!
My husband and I love this hotel, normally. However on this visit the wifi would not work in our room. Apparently in order to have this benefit one must have a room close to the front desk. We asked the person at the front desk to assist us or to give us another room but we were told they had nothing closer. My husband, who had just had surgery on his leg, was forced to go up and down stairs to use his laptop in the lobby. Additionally, the staff is normally friendly and helpful. For our visit on April 18, the person was neither of these things. Other than this, the rooms are great, breakfasts are good.
The desk clerk was extremely helpful upon check-in, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast better than usual motel fare. The only disappointment was that the only available room was on the second floor, and there was not an elevator in the building.
No complaints! I was in town for business and stayed 2 nights. My room was clean and staff was courteous. Breakfast was good and the selection included bacon which is always a plus. I would stay here again.
Although we did not end up staying the night in this hotel, we ended up stopping here looking for a place to stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful and assisted us to find accommodations elsewhere. I can't say enough about friendly people working at this establishment. Very impressed with their kindness.
We had a great stay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast room was well stocked and the food was fresh. They start early which we appreciated as we are early risers. Britney was helpful, personable and professional. The housekeeping department was courteous and attended to our needs. Eric was quick to communicate and answer all our questions. We have never been disappointed by the Best Western chain. We will continue to stay at them. We love that our dog is always welcome as well. Shannon & John CO
We stayed one night at the Parker Best Western. The room was adequate and clean. The carpet on the main stairs from the lobby was dirty with crumbs and dirt when we arrived in the afternoon and still had not been vacuumed when we checked out the following day. On check out day there were two laundry baskets in the lobby overflowing with dirty laundry. Trash was overflowing in the lobby and breakfast room trash cans. No water in the breakfast room to have with breakfast. When I mentioned it at the front desk I was told the beverage machine was broken. No offer to bring a pitcher of water in. Desk clerks on their cell phones alot. Not a bad stay but they need more attention to detail. Don't get the room to the left of the top of the stairs as you will hear people going up and down in the morning. A group of Marines were staying there and got up at four am to eat and leave early.
Pretty standard Best Western, clean, comfortable, and wi-fi. Our pets were welcomed. One nice positive for very early risers, the breakfast nook was fully stocked as of 0400. Couple of drawbacks, a bit pricey compared to the other Best Westerns we've used on our trip through the Southwest, limited off street parking was also a bit of a concern. Finally, I would rate the staff as a bit on the non-caring side.
Was good meet my requirements was able to everything I wanted got a good night rest. I was able shower without running out of warm water. I had hot food for breakfast (Sausage and Eggs) on thanksgiving day and day after thanksgiving, Had microware oven Coffee maker and coffee for Wife to make herself
The employees were very helpful and kind and went out of their way for us. The hotel had soy milk and offered gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast options on request. The biggest down-side to this hotel is that there is no elevator.
For short notice the hotel was able to accommodate me. Breakfast was good. The only problem was the location of the bed. Too much light came in under the door making it hard to sleep. if the bed was placed on different side of the room the wall would have blocked most of the light coming under the door from the hallway.
Fantastic helpful staff at this hotel really made this a good stopover. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, The town is very small but the staff directed us to a pleasant chinese restaurant for dinner which the whole family enjoyed. We were not expecting much more than a place to sleep the night but we did enjoy our stay here.
EVERYTHING about THIS Hotel is PERFECT in Every Way !!! This Hotel is THE LEADER in EVERYTHING a Hotel Should Be !! I give This Hotel 100 Gold Stars !!! This Hotel REALLY CARES About the Customer Experience !!!
Was greeted with the nicest girl behind the desk who let me check in early AND inspect the room ahead of time - I had told her I had a terrible experience recently. She had also put some birthday flowers that were sent to me IN the room and they were ALREADY in there at 11:00 a.m. when I had an early check in even though the room wasn't ready (they were in the middle of cleaning from prior guest) for me yet! The man at the desk in the evening was very quick to help with our A/C and TV issues. Your staff is AMAZING and for that we are appreciative! Thank you! Funky odor in lobby but not in room. All was clean.
This is a very nice hotel; clean and very helpful, friendly staff. They have a fitness area that was a very pleasant surprise as i couldn't find it on the web. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and nicely presented. The room was very clean and nicely appointed however a large gap under the door allowed bright light in my room all night.
Lisa (front desk) was aware and addressed our concerns of our hot, 1st-night stay (a/c wasn't working well, most likely due to the fact AZ was amid a heat wave). Lisa worked well with Lori Fisher (manager) to ensure we had a comfortable 2nd-night stay, in which we had even extended our small vacation! Very satisfied with the Customer Service.
Other than a limit on the volume of the TV and it not allowing it to be heard over the AC, it was a very nice stay. There was a train that woke me up once as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
easy to find location, very friendly reception, clean rooms, spacious and comfortable beds. no lift to the first floor rooms! no food service bud adjoing fast food joint. not much view from the rooms, either look over the parking lot or an empty lot...
clean, close to all the amenities and great service. We love staying here for river trips. restaurants are close, gas stations are close and Walmart and Chase bank are very nearby. We plan on staying here many more times.
I stayed during a business trip involving outdoor work that resulted in my getting fairly dirty. I was a bit worried about noise (having Room 215 at the top of the lobby stairs), but my room was quiet. I had stayed at the Parker Inn several years ago and found the current inn improved: breakfast room has been moved to a larger space and offerings expanded (including scrambled eggs & bacon) and the lobby business center is small but adequate. I took advantage of the laundry ($3.50 including soap), which I think is also new. The former breakfast area is now an exercise room. Colleagues and I used the outdoor grill next to the pool to prepare an evening dinner, using camping equipment we had with us. Overall a pleasant surprise.
This hotel has no elevator and no sliding doors! This is a real problem for someone with heavy cases, and it's worth pointing this out. Luckily there's only two floors but of course I ended up with a room on the upper floor, so getting my cases in was not easy. The room had a weird aftershave type smell. This wasn't a bad smell necessarily, just a bit weird. Everything else was pretty great. The Wi-Fi worked very well and the room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote was in a weird sack thing. I didn't quite understand why. Not a bad thing, just odd. Service at the front desk was adequate but hardly welcoming. I don't need to be fussed over at all, but a little more friendliness wouldn't go amiss. The service was very direct and quite efficient, so hard to complain really. I've had worse stays and this hotel doesn't demand the price of a luxury stay, so it serves its purpose well, but if travelling with lots of cases it's pretty awkward.
Great parking, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are large and have a fridge and microwave. comfy beds and quiet area. Small pool, but also clean too. easy to get in and out of and theres plenty of parking for the boat
For a hotel in a temperate climate, the pool was very cold and showers for our group were ice cold in the morning. Solar should be considered for both the pool and supplementing the hot water system. Staff and breakfast were great, except when we were nonchalantly informed, at check-out, that we should have let the water run for 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower. What a waste !
If you are there for vacation and ok with poor wifi, then this place is average. They have average service, food, and room quality. It's clean enough and really no major problems. However, if you are there to work, this place should not be at the top of your list. The wifi in the rooms is terrible and the staff is not understanding of this situation. The best solution they have is come to our lobby. Also, their TV channels and remotes don't work well either. This is my second time at this place and will not be staying there going forward.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the rooms have the feel of a more upscale hotel. I have stayed here several times, and I am always greeted with a smile. The staff is very friendly, and they don't hesitate to go out of their way to help you. It is definitely the best place to stay in Parker.
This is a great place to stay in Parker. Great friendly employees. Rooms are clean and larger than the usual hotel rooms you get these days. The hotel provides TV service through Direct TV and offers many movie and regular channels. Far more than most hotel chains. Breakfast was super good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a variety of breads and muffins, cereals and fresh waffles. My place to stay when in Parker
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel in an out-of-the-way place. Clean and comfortable. Check-in staff a bit giddy for my tastes. Wi-fi was fast enough to stream Netflix. The complementary breakfast was fine until I lifted the lid off the metal tray of bacon. It has the consistency of spaghetti. Limp, soggy, greasy and entirely inedible. I had no idea you could screw up bacon until this unfortunate encounter. But don't let that stop you from booking. Unless you are crazy for bacon.
the staff very friendly. staff needs more training on rewards points and advantages. all and all very pleasant stay.Vies was great and staff did know where to get helpful advice on activities in town.
Parker BW was clean, had large rooms, comfy beds and had a good breakfast and was walking distance across the street to a nice cantina that had great mexican food. Was a short drive to casino and Parker town
Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. They are having issues with the telephone service. Check your phone if you check in. Internet speed is about the same as dial up. Breakfast was ok, wish they had more hot items. Descent hotel, been there a few times in the past and will return in the future.
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel in Parker as we made our way to AZ from Canada. Other than not having an elevator for the 2nd floor, we found it to be an excellent place to stay. The extra drive from Needles to Parker was worth it. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant/bar across the road. Great food!
Convenient location for our trip. A well maintained facility with friendly staff. The staff provided suggestion for area restaurants and shopping suggestions. The hot breakfast had many choices. Would recommend this facility to others traveling in west central AZ.
Excellent staff and a very clean place to stay. We will be back again....It was very close to lots of restaurants and Walmart down the road. We visited the Casino on a number of occasions. Breakfast was the same every morning we were there. We did love the fact that breakfast was ready at 4 am on the morning we had to leave. You were always greeted as you entered and as you exited the building. Very friendly
Bath tub plunger was broken. Had to change rooms. Front desk employee was helpful. They did not have a maintance person available. The mtce person was in Mexico I was told. Other than the bath tub issue everything else was acceptable.
We stayed 3 nights at the Parker Best Western. The facilities and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Parker is a small town but the facility and service was on par with a much larger city. That is our "spare bedroom" when we visit family in Parker.
Great place to stay. Near by restaurants. Great service and staff. Near by the casino Blue Water Resort. Breakfast was great for what I wanted it, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and pastries. Bedroom very comfortable. I probably come back here next year.
We traveled up from Mexico on our way back to Canada and decided to miss some of the traffic on the more major roads. Parker seemed to be in the middle of nowhere but we found out the next morning how pretty the area is and what a nice drive. The hotel is newer and very comfortable - there is a gas station close by as well as places to eat. We were very pleasantly surprised.
The hotel has made several upgrades and has improved everything. The stay was pleasant and will return next year. The breakfast has improved greatly. The hotel overall has was great. Hotel staff was accommodating and when asked for more coffee for my room it was given to me gladly
In this 3 night trip we were forced to stay 2 nights in sub quality motels due to lack of availability Of Best Westerns. The BW Parker Inn as all we look for in a motel...very clean, attractive, micro and fridge, sink and counter in bathroom and a second sink in the main room (a real plus) and movable desk and chairs to sit and eat at to watch TV at dinner. As usual the staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to stay there again.
To start I was greeted by Samantha who was incredibly nice. She met everyone of my needs and more. She is very willing to go out of her way to accommodate a guests needs. We stay all over the state for business and she is one of the best front desk employees we have seen. I asked her a question about the remodeling and the work out room. Erik came out from the back and gave me fantastic information about everything in the area and even offered to walk me to a place across the street so that I could work out. He was as nice as Samantha! Amazing! The hotel is clean and nice. Definitely the nicest hotel in the area! Thank you to both Erik and Samantha.
Rooms are perfect!!! Pool is very unattractive. No towels, poor furniture. Bad atmosphere. No patio. Smokers have a problem, nowhere to sit outside in the evening. At other BW there are benches with a ashtray. No attention paid at the outside. Location poor. Just voor business and not for vacationers. Dissapointing. Nevretheless: very nice rooms bathroom perfect!
Just off the main road, this is a very cozy, and quiet place to stay. The room was very clean, the staff extremely helpful and courteous, and were quick to address any concerns that we had. The breakfast was nice, and served longer hours than most locations that I have been to. The night clerk was also very helpful in assisting us when looking for restaurants in the area. I stayed here, rather than stay in Lake Havasu, as the rates were very reasonable, and not that far of a drive. Will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!
The room was clean and organized, the bed was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed having two sinks and the large space of the room. I took advantage of the pool which was kept clean and the water temperature felt great in the heat for the heat, even at night time. My only issue was that the air conditioning felt humid and the carpet wet. It did not ruin my stay but it was uncomfoartable after our passionate sessions :). Just something to keep in mind Best Western to keep your loyal customers satisfied.
My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was professional, nice, and very helpful. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
