    « AMAZING »

I had an issue with one of my rooms, and Cameron from the front desk was so amazing and helpful and really made my stay worth it! Cameron and Kody? were working together and gave me a great experience and were so friendly to the guests and to me and my family.

    « Awesome Stay »

Everything was great...staff, room, breakfast, etc. I also loved my comfortable mattress in which many times when traveling I awake sore...not here. I've stayed here a few times over the past 1 1/2 years and it's been great to see the awesome updates they have made and are working on. The property looks great!

    « Great place! »

This was a great place to stay and the staff treated us great. We had the honeymoon suite and it was very roomy and cozy. They served a good breakfast and were knowledgeable about local restaurants. Kody and Taylor were awesome in helping us!

« Great Hotel - Clean and Comfy »

From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well cared for, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which consisted of waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee/tee, juice, bacon/sausage, yogurt, and bagels/toast. The outlets and Walmart are very close, as well as the MillenialTrail, so the location was perfect for us.

« Good Location, Easy Access »

I stayed here for 5 nights in the last half of September, 2016. Because of this hotel's access to a variety of eating establishments that were close by and easy access to Salt Lake City I used this location to do a sight seeing tour for the days that I stayed there. The hotel is far enough away from I-80 that highway noise did not prove to be a problem and yet you could be on it within minutes of leaving the hotel. The rooms themselves were up to the standard for a Best Western but in addition this hotel had a very nice indoor swimming pool/hot pool facility that was combined with indoor games in the same large room. Breakfast is included with the room and the food selections were good. On Google earth this location is identified as Kimball Junction and it is experiencing rapid growth. The buildings in the immediate vicinity are newer. Room cost was competitive for the area, and that combined with the nearby amenities already mentioned, made my decision to stay here an easy one.

    « Best Western Hotel »

Nice room: clean, well stocked with towels and bathroom accessories. Pet policy fee ($10) was the best we've experienced in the last 2 weeks of travel. Some hotels hit us up with a $75 or $100 fee for the dog traveling with us. Hot breakfast was great.

    « HORRIBLE »

This was far and away the WORST hotel (and night of sleep) I've ever had. EVER. The walls are paper thin, we could literally hear every word our neighbors were saying. You'd get scared awake every time anyone else closed a door or turned on a faucet. AWFUL. I'd never stay here or another best western due to our experience again!!!

    « excellent »

Everything was excellent. They were very helpful and courteous. hen we needed tables and chairs, they were accommodating. Also, the children had a wonderful time at the pool. Overrall, it was a wonderful experience.

« All the beautiful upgrades for this BW property gives a wow experience! »

Staying in Park City in the fall is one of our favorite times of year, although no snow yet, the historic mining town where William Randolph Hearst made his fortune in the silver mines, is always fun to stroll and shop, hike and bike. In a ski town famous for its many mountains to schuss, there are many choices to rest after a day's outing. The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn never fails to offer comfortable rooms. Their complimentary breakfast is offered breakfast in an new upscale area and families traveling with their kids can enjoy the video arcade downstairs along with use of the pool and hot tub. Denny's Restaurant has taken over what once was their Pancake House and offers a 15% discount to hotel guests. With three dogs in tow this year, we marveled at the beautiful new carpet on the way to our room which opened up to a grassy area. There are only two rooms that offer this easy access so be sure to ask for those when traveling with Fido. Fresh baked cookies at check in, gathering room with fireplace all make this a perfect stay with easy access right off the highway. Book early if you are planning your winter holiday here as it's a popular spot!

    « A wonderful property! »

Three of us arrived on a rainy evening after a long drive from California. I had made a reservation for a room with two queen beds for one night but when we arrived Jacob upgraded us to a fantastic family suite because of my best western rewards membership. The suite had a lovely gracious living room with two pull out twin size chair beds as well as a pullout sleeper sofa. It also had a fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and the cabinets were stocked with plates, glasses, silverware etc. Although we did not have time to use it there was also a separate stunning Jacuzzi tub atrium room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. This is a lovely property with happy, kind and friendly employees. The breakfast is varied, delicious and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised and will absolutely recommend this property. As a matter of fact I am trying to find a time and a reason to return. Also it is a super value and not many properties in park city can claim that...look no further.

    « Clean an comfortable »

This motel is a couple of miles out of town from Park city. However, it is easily accessible from the freeway. We found the room very clean and spacious, which is saying something for a roadside Motel. The lobby is attractive . The staff was very friendly. It took pets, Which was important for us. All in all, it is great for a road trip through the area. Don't expect a "mountain-feeling" here, but more an upgraded motel.

    « great service »

I liked the room. there was a fridge in each room...nice. I loved the breakfast. it was closer to home cooked than I have had at any other hotel I've stayed at. I would recommend this to a friend, and would for sure stay here again

« Great Night in Park City!!! »

My family and I recently stayed in Park City. We had a great time. The room was so clean and so quiet. They recently remodeled and the property looked wonderful. The pool was great...just a great time to relax and have fun with the family.

« Best Free Hotel Breakfast Ever »

This is such a great place in Park City. While it's not downtown it's a short drive from there, and an exceptional value with breakfast included. Some rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and balconies. I'd say that the free morning breakfast is the best i've ever seen in a hotel. The variety is amazing. I've never had such delicious granola even at home. Beds were comfortable and never ran out of hot water. The gym had well working treadmills. My only complaint was that the adjoining doors let in a lot of noise from the rooms on either side. Like I could hear them sneeze next door! Maybe they have rooms without adjoining doors. Next time I'll ask.

« Family suite comfortable and clean; fun group room! »

For the night before and my wedding night, I stayed in the family suite, and checking in late at night was perfect, and the room was so clean. We had about ten girls for the night before and everyone slept comfortably double upped in the pull out beds and normal beds. The big living room area had more than enough space for all of us to sit up and chat. The day of, we invited makeup and hair stylists into the group area, where we snacked, hung out, and basically had a relaxing day. When my husband and I got back the night of, everything had been cleaned and straightened, and was perfect. Great attention to detail and service. The room was about $200 per night, and although the hotel originally forgot to bill a different customer than myself, they quickly redistributed the charge and got everything settled. Awesome opportunity!

    « Cut above »

We got upgraded to a suite. Man was that ever a surprise. Fantastic hot breakfast with full selection of bagels, paste ties and cereals. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very quite and warm. In room refrigerator and microwave.

« great one night stay »

stopped one night .. nice room... pet friendly... breakfast provided .. friendly / helpful front desk. close to fast food and Walmart within walking distance. the hotel was having some work done on it but this did not effect our stay.

    « Comfortable Hotel »

I took my friend here for her 30th birthday and I have no complaints. The main entrance and entry area was awesome. We didn't have time to use it but there was a pool table, indoor pool, football was on, etc. The rooms were comfortable. Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning but we woke up too late. Overall, great experience. Close to Outlets and Main Street.

    « Vacation »

Ran out of daylight and the boys were ready to stop for the night. They offer a Military Discount. Very nice Breakfast Buffet with ample amount of seating in three areas. Highly recommend this for any type of travel.

« Hotel Reunion for Mom and girls »

My three daughters and I spent a lovely reunion vacation at this great Best Western hotel near Park City, UT. No noise from the freeway. Very convenient location just off I-15 and walking distance to the shopping outlets. Seconds away from delicious food at fine restaurants, and minutes to downtown Park City. We especially enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel, and loved our spacious room I highly recommend this hotel. It lacks nothing.

    « Robert. E. Phillips »

Clean rooms friendly staff. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Very relaxing. Large motel. Plenty of parking. Workout room plenty of restaurants close. Shopping area surrounds motel. Easy access from highway.

« Very nice location and staff »

We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and haven't been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is generous. My only complaint is the same one I have at many hotels. Specifically, the hotel itself is smoke-free, but smokers locate themselves right outside the doors of hotel entrances and one has to navigate through a wall of smoke upon entering or exiting from the property. I don't consider this a "smoke-free property" as advertised in the promotional materials!

    « Awesome hotel! »

You can't beat their prices for the area, they have a new Dennys resturant right inside the hotel and you get a guest discount. The restaurant is open 24/7. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean! Staff if very nice here. Will return many times ?

« Close to many attractions »

Best Western Plus Landmark Inn is located at Kimball Junction, right below the Olympic Training Center. Many great shops and resturants are located very close by. I was disappointed to hear that the Pancake House was not serving the Complimentary Breakfast, but found that the new arrangement is just as good if not better than the previous location. Very pet friendly and great staff.

    « Great »

This was a great "bang for your buck" - location was excellent, amenities were above and beyond for the price, and everyone was nice. The decor is a little dated, but other than that, not a single complaint.

« Great hotel for price, location, full breakfast! »

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years. What keeps me coming back is the price, location, and free full breakfast! This hotel is located by the Tanger Outlet Mall and is only minutes from downtown Park City. It offers a pool, hot tub, fitness center...and a full hot breakfast! would highly recommend this hotel!

    « One night stay »

The evening and morning staff were very helpful. We arrived late but they still went out of their way to accommodate our request. We didn't have a reservation because we were not sure if we would make it that far in our trip. The room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable, too.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

Given that it's located in a fancy resort area I was not expecting much for the reasonable price of the room but the hotel and room were actually quite nice. Access to the rooms is indoors, thus avoiding the dreaded "rooms open directly to the outside" arrangement of many budget hotels. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel was clean. It's located next to the freeway in Kimberly Junction, not actually in Park City itself. However, Park City is a short drive and the room was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

    « Wedding Bliss »

About 50 family and friends were booked for several nights for a wedding. Our stay was wonderful! Had no problems checking in or out. The staff even planned for a few unexpected guests so they saved 2-3 more rooms for us!

« hotel in park city »

Excellent hotel, clean, friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were large and roomy. We were there on a work retreat and found the amenities were nice. Good location in Park City, close to restaurants and shopping.

« Great value for money hotel and good location for visiting the Utah Olympic Park »

We stayed here for 1 night on our road trip (2 adults and 2 teenagers) as we we wanted to visit the Olympic Park close by. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, it had a great pool and hot tub, good wifi, parking and restaurants/takeaways close by. We didn't have time to visit the Tanger Outlets but they are only a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast is excellent. They are also pet friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

    « Great experience »

I was in the area for a three-day athletic competition. I needed a different room away from the elevator after my first night so I could get a good night's rest and the staff was glad to help me. This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in. Cindi and her staff are first rate!

« very comfortable and convenient »

I enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought breakfast was excellent. It is 6 miles from Park City and convenient for getting around all happening things in the area. There is no outside pool, but the inside pool seemed quite nice.

    « Family vacation »

Ivan & the staff were awesome! We had a great time and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay! We will be back next year to enjoy another weekend at the BW Landmark Inn. Thank you for all of your help and making our stay so enjoyable.

« loud, limited parking, rude staff »

This is probably the loudest hotel we have stayed in! There is very limited parking and the management was unwilling to consider unfair billing practices as our group was charged different rates for the same standard rooms.

« Good value, good location »

Stayed her for business reasons for a couple of nights. Nice basic hotel. By car about 30 minutes to SLC down-town. Another 15 minutes to Park City down-town. Free car parking and a hotel away from the crowd and a good location to explore both SLC and Park City. Breakfast is so-so. Internet is for free. The airco was a bit dissapointing; working well but could not switch it off.

    « Pleasantly surprised »

Headed to Park City for a weekend with my husband and stayed here. This hotel was very clean and very family friendly. There was plenty of activities; swimming, hot tub, volleyball, air hockey, ping pong and billiards. There was a nice outdoor area to play volleyball in or to just sit and enjoy the fresh air. There was a gas BBQ available as well. The free breakfast in the morning was better than most with a variety of hot foods as well as fruit, toast, danish, etc. The proximity to Olympic State Park was a bonus. We are planning on returning to the area with our adult kids sometime in the near future and we will definitely stay here again. Our room overlooked the pool and while you do hear noise from kids splashing about, it didn't disturb us in the least. If I had been traveling with older kids, I would have appreciated being able to relax in the room and keeping an eye on them from our room. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows too. No complaints at all!

    « Very Friendly-Nice location »

Only spent one night here but loved the friendly staff and the convenient location! Your very close to the Utah Olympic park and the outlet malls which are within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the free breakfast was very good!

    « Good value »

The staff is excellent and accomodating. The hotel is old, but nicely kept, clean, beds are comfortable. Free breakfast but the Denny's on the property is a better option if you are hungry. The price of the room is probably the best you will get in this area.

    « Quality »

Excellent pool area with a really nice hot tub. Friendly staff, good assortment of breakfast foods, worked with me on the price of my stay. Only complaints are that the air conditioning didn't work in our room and the light shined in through the window at night making it hard for us to sleep even after trying to close the curtains. The TV was large, very clean room, microwave and mini fridge were also great. Overall a very great place to stay!

    « Excellence »

Very nice and easy place to get to. Close by shopping areas, dining facilities, guides and sight seeing areas, etc. I think its foolish to have to use 200 characters to fill this block in. Wasting my time don't you think

    « Excellent service »

Very nice place. Went out of their way to care for you. Good breakfast choices. Very nice, and I did not even use most of the facility. Discovered that I was already a member of their group, for discounts and point accumulation

    « Clean, Nice property »

Clean rooms (though a little dated) - bedding comfortable - bathroom small but was fine. Breakfast has a great selection Staff very helpful - 2nd stay at this property for a baseball tournament - would stay here again

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

Alright, I am kind of a hotel snob. It's about the only thing I am a snob about but there it is. Going to Best Western I was not sure what to expect. I booked it cause it was rated #13 hotel in Park City. The decor could have been updated in the rooms however the bed was very comfortable which is HUGE for me and It had everything we needed. Loved the location! You are near the outlets and shopping areas and only 15 minutes from Park City Main Street. I did not expect much from the "breakfast" that was included and I wasn't even sure if we would make it down. I'm glad we did, we would have easily spent another 20-30 dollars for breakfast had we not gone. It was well managed and replenished and was very filling. There were several breakfast options to appease everyone. I will be planning another staycation with the family again at this hotel in the near future.

    « Awesome Stay! »

We went mountain biking between the Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts and stayed at the Best Western. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was sooo relaxing. Cindy gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exceptionally clean. Such a relaxing getaway!!!

« very nice place place »

nice place , although we had problems with a false smoking report in the room and a $500.00 hold on my friends card , put them in bind , other than that I would recommend this place as clean and efficient ,

« Great place to stay! »

Great value for the price. Nice clean and even a little lodgy. Great common areas. Many of the rooms overlook the pool which was noisy but that quiets down at 10pm which worked for us. As a matter of fact, I loved that I could look out my window to check on my teen!

    « Great spot! »

Hotel fine if stay on 3rd floor; noise level evident on first two! Great pool; hot tub and lobby!Breakfast buffet , plenty of choices; 24 hour coffee in lobby! Dennys Restaurant attached; new franchise; food fine DO NOT ATTEMPT; VERY SLOW SERVICE! Was with group that had preplanned using facility and couldn't get organized; cancelled after 2 meals!

    « Not bad »

Nothing fancy. Breakfast buffet was adequate. We were trying to stay in Salt Lake City but just about everything in our budget was already booked so this was a less expensive alternative however trying to go up and down the mountain when you're not used to that kind of driving is a bit much. I would stay here again because I enjoyed Park city area but I don't know if it would be my top choice.

« Best Western Landmark Inn »

The Landmark Best Western hotel is a great place for a weekend getaway or family trip. The lobby is spacious and inviting and the staff very pleasant. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods. We stayed on the first floor which was a little noisy (kids running in the hallway and playing on the video games); but other than that, our stay was pleasant.

« Great staff and nice rooms »

Staff was great " Ivan" was very helpful, Nice location and close to everything.Enjoyed the entire surrounding area and outlook mall.Easy to find your way around and lots to chose from re banks and restaurants.

    « Amazing »

Excellent, clean and pet friendly! My boys loved the pool/game room and the little arcade. Well situated at Kimball Junction and walking distance to restaurants, stores and nature alike! Perfect vacation stay for our family and definitely recommended.

    « Pet Friendly »

Best Western and Best Western Plus always come to mind when I'm traveling with my fur babies. I've always had very good experiences at this hotel chain and appreciate the fact that they allow pets. The rooms are clean and comfortable and are reasonably priced.

    « Lamdmark BW »

This is one of my favorite Best Westerns, Beautiful location, and the staff was great. The pool and the rec area was very relaxing. Anytime I am near to Park City this location is my first choice. Will be back again

    « Weekend Away »

Wonderful service with pleasant staff. Yummy breakfast with lots of seating. The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting. The location is just off the freeway, close to the outlet stores, eating places and the Utah Olympic Sports Park. We had a very enjoyable time, and we would definitely come back.

    « Fantastic location! »

Director of Sales, Cindi Galli helped me with a great room. I was visiting the Utah Olympic Park for a meeting and this location was perfect! Plus the hotel was very nice and clean. I always check the pillows and shower curtains to make sure they are spotless. Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was very satisfying. I didn't use the pool but it was very cute and kids having fun in it. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, outlet mall and access to the new Millennium Paved Bike Path, which connects to several other paved and non-paved paths and bike routes.

    « Great value »

Outstanding staff . The breakfast served was great. I am a vegetarian and there were tons of options from yogurt, fresh fruit, to granola. It is superbly situated - easy access to the freeway, Walmart, the outlets and the mall with Whole Foods and other shops. The rooms were well done. Large TV and the internet was fast.

    « Not a wonderful experience »

We stayed at this hotel at the start of our vacation. We found the place online, and ended up calling them directly for a better price. (Discount with my employer) We paid $89 for 1 night. We reserved a king sized bed (rather than 2 queens for 2 of us) When we arrived, we walked in to a 2 queen room. I called the front desk and said, "I thought we reserved a room with 1 king sized bed. Do you have one available?", he immediately started with, "No, when you book on-line and read the fine print...." bla bla bla... his well rehearsed lines sounded like he had spoken them a hundred times before. I said "thank you" and hung up. We had room 123. A very quite room, at the end of the building. Very quite, except for the toilet. After you flushed it, it was super loud refilling. Not a huge deal, except when there is a leak or something and the toilet refills EVERY 5 MINUTES! It kept me up most of the night. I finally turned the water off to the toilet at 2:45AM. Not a happy camper with that one. The hot tub was very nice and warm. The folks there were chatty and happy. But the chlorine was super strong. It almost burned as you breathed. I took a brand new shirt in the hot tub, and came out with the bottom half several shades lighter than the rest of the shirt. [yes, my fault. Don't bring a new, unwashed shirt in to a pool/hot tub] But, it was surprising how quickly and effectively the chlorine bleach worked on this shirt! Also, getting out of the hot tub, there were steps going to the main level. I slipped on them, and caught myself on the railing. Again, not a huge thing, but there were no no-slip pads on those stairs. Someone is going to get hurt there. The TV is a huge 42" Sharp Aquos. The remote was a little slow to respond (probably batteries, but nothing too bad) but when you turned on the TV, you could tell that this hotel didn't pay for HD picture. All of the channels were horrible to watch. Blurry tv at best. Finally, in the shower there are 3 containers. Shampoo, Soap, and Conditioner. 2 worked, but the conditioner (although you could see it was full) didn't work at all. The good. Friendly staff. Lots of good nuts at the breakfast. (Slivered Almonds, Candied Walnuts, Chopped Pecans). Clean and well kept room. Nice pillows. All in all a fair stay, but needs a few things fixed before we'd consider coming back.

« New hotel near Olympic Park »

This is a new hotel located outside the downtown area near the Olympic Park. When we were there, construction was still ongoing especially in the wing that we were in. There was a Denny's restaurant being constructed right on premises which was opening in a few days. There is a good size indoor pool and hot tub area with air hockey and a pool table area. There is also an outside patio area at the back. Our handicapped room was spacious. I broke my foot so I needed the handicapped room. Breakfast had french toast, eggs, yogurt, fruit, bacon and cereal. It was very good. There was also a sitting area in the lobby with fireplace. Hotel is situated in a newly developing area with a shopping center.

    « Pleasant stay »

Wifi was good. Room looked recently remodeled and was clean & functional. Aspen trees outside the window shaded the room and camouflaged the parking lot. Breakfast had typical variety of hot & cold items and was adequate. Location was close to lots of shopping, several restaurants & a bus stop for the bus into Park City. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional. Most times it was quiet, but sometimes I could hear people passing in the hallway.

    « Acceptable, not a "Plus" »

My husband and I travel extensively for work and have to choose the best hotel in many small towns. I will only choose the Plus version of best western because I feel they usually are very nice. That being said, this Plus is on the lower side of our expectation. The room was small. The floors in the room are kind of tired. Curtains don't do much to block out the nighttime light from outside. Furniture is a little dated. The room was clean, just not impressive. Not what we've come to expect of a BW Plus. Breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast, and the pool area is great. Ping pong, pool, and air hockey were all nice things to add to our night here. I would recommend this hotel, location makes it more expensive than it should be. Just know it is below the normal Plus standards.

    « A Beautiful Experience in a Beautiful City »

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 7-day trip. Park City is beautiful and hotel was outstanding. Highly recommend this facility. We will book with Landmark the next time we are in the area.

    « Sufficient »

The Best Western lobby and gathering area was nice. There was a large pool room with other activities including ping pong. Great place to stay with kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were young and management should provide more training. The rooms were a bit small, and the fridge in my room didn't work. After reporting it to the front desk, the problem did not get fixed. They were nice enough, just not able to fix the fridge.

« One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at »

I would consider this a high class hotel, yet the rates were very reasonable. The room was terrific and my husband kept complimenting on everything about it (which is unusual for him). Even I was impressed with the staff and hotel overall and will definitely make it where I stay when traveling from SD to CA and back again.

    « Quiet and friendly »

The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast was yummy, and it was nice not to have to deal with Salt Lake City congestion to find lodging. Beautiful country to spend time exploring outside of SLC.

« Great Gem in Park City »

This hotel in Park City is amazing. Their staff is absolutely wonderful, courteous, and accommodating. The rooms are very good sized, clean and well maintained. They have a very nice indoor pool and hot tub, with an adjacent recreation area with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, and foos ball. They also have a game room with several electronic games. Each morning they serve a full breakfast with scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon, cold cereals, waffles and all sorts of beverages. We will certainly stay here again when in the Park City area.

    « Great Hotel »

This was a great hotel for a great price. It was better than what I had expected. The room was really nice and spacious. And it had a great nice indoor pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

« The staff added to a wonderful stay »

Everything was perfect. The desk staff and housekeeping where happy and helpful. I talked to the manager of house keeping in the elevator as well. I noticed all the baseboards in the hallways were removed. My son and I did some exploring around the hotel. We noticed the old baseboards. I really appreciate that this Best Western keeps an eye on the simplest of details, like keeping the baseboards updated and modern. Hilton and Marriot beware, Best Western is Serious about earning customer appreciation!!

Great hotel for just a getaway. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Next to outlets for great shopping. Very nice lobby and the hotel even smelled great. I plan on staying here again. The room was very nice and clean

    « Birthday Weekend »

My husband and I wanted to do something fun for his birthday and decided to stay at a hotel for the weekend. My friend Cindy got us a great deal for the weekend and a great room. Everyone that worked there seemed to have an uplifting, easy going spirit which made our stay even better! The hotel was clean and well maintained! Breakfast was yummy with many options! The hotel location is great, just off the freeway and in walking distance of the outlet mall! Loved our stay!!! Great atmosphere!! I Recommend anyone to stay here:) Thanks Best Western for an awesome getaway!

    « Great weekend »

My friend and I like to go to Park City for a spring getaway. This is a great place to stay as it is close to the Outlet Mall and the actual town. We had a great time . We were worried that the hot tub might not be working but it was, just the pool was being worked on. We got our hot soak!!

    « Pet Friendly is a Plus! »

We stayed here twice during the summer while our son was attending a camp near Park City. The location is convenient and centrally located for our trips into Salt Lake City, Heber City or Park City attractions. We had coupons for a full breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, which had traditional American fare. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant helpers. We appreciated being able to travel with our pet. The restaurant was a mini challenge to find from our room, through a few unexpected corridors and stairwells, but we had a great stay and would definitely return. Good value.

    « Great place »

Hotel was clean and updated very nicely. When I called to get rates, Kim was very helpful and gave a discounted rate since the pool was under construction. Upon checking in, staff member allowed for us to check the room first to make sure everything was up to par. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety. Would gladly stay here again.

« Second visit in seven months and we are once again impressed »

ThIs Best Western Plus never disappoints. They are doing some remodeling and the pool was closed, but the room was excellent. In fact we stayed in the same room we stayed in seven months ago and it was as comfortable and well appointed as we remember and there was bar soap like we had suggested in our first review. They have pump soaps, shampoos and conditioners, but the addition of a face bar was much appreciated. As always the check in desk personnel was helpful and welcoming and the breakfast had numerous hot and cold choices for a good start to your day.

« Cold, Unfriendly, and Not Helpful »

This was a spur of the moment stop for our family while visiting Utah. The location and affordability was nice to the location of Park City and the tourist area. However, the room was equipped with summertime bedding and it was 30 degrees at night. I had to request an extra blanket in which was a struggle to actually keep on the bed. My entire family did not sleep well at all. Then when waking in the morning, the continental breakfast did not start until 6:00 am. As we were checking out, mu two small children were asking for juice and it was 5:46 am. I asked the front desk if it was ok if I just go grab some juice for the children and she said she would love to but she doesn't have a key to unlock the juice? So she said if the woman is over there you can ask her. So I walked over and the juice was not "locked" so I asked the woman if it was ok to get some juice for the children and she FIRMLY said "No breakfast until 6:00 am". The children weren't able to get juice and we had to leave. So I said sorry to the children, we'll have to get it at the gas station and the woman smiled at me and we left. For that reason..... I will never return to this location. Ever. There were only a few guests at this hotel and I believe we all checked out at the same time. I would hate to think what they do with the "unserved, locked" food.

    « Awesome!! »

We stayed in the corner suite with a hot tub, totally worth the extra money!!!! We loved our stay here. It smelled good even though they were renovating! The bed was soft too! I didn't know hotels could have as soft a bed as that was.

« Close but on the outskirts »

The hotel has quick but slightly confusing access from the main highway. However, it is still a ten minute drive from the heart of Park City and the many interesting shops, bars and eateries on Main Street. Hotel has a nice indoor pool, a well equipped workout room and a pretty decent breakfast.

    « The Best Ever !!! »

First of all the gentleman that checked us in was the nicest man, he explained things to my husband and I very clearly and I in fact he is the one that sighed us up with best western. The rooms were great beds were great, just everything about this stay was great. I will tell you this__ the lobby was so beautiful, breath taking, it would be worth the trip just to see that. Also has fitness room- free internet and breakfast. So please stop at this place people were so great also.

« Best Western in the West »

The staff, the drivers, proximity to shopping, dining and the mountain put this little gem in a class by itself. I've stayed here for the last 3 seasons while skiing in Park City/ Deer Valley, and bang for the buck, hands down the best deal in the canyon. I'd pay more, but don't tell the management.

    « Nice hotel »

Very nice hotel with nice "extras" such as warm cookies upon check in, and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower! It had everything we were wanting... pool, hot tub, nice room, free hot breakfast, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

    « A Great Suprise! »

We decided to stay in Park City when most of the hotels in Salt Lake were booked. It was must have been a very busy weekend, but we didn't feel rushed in Park City. We came across this hotel in the reviews and decided to give it a try since it was just one night. It was so welcoming and comfortable which was a nice surprise since it looked like an older hotel on the photos. We really enjoyed our free breakfast the next morning in their unique lobby area. The breakfast wasn't anything extraordinary, it was simple and good. The staff were very friendly and happy to help us when we checked in during the late hour (especially since I needed a crib as soon as we checked in). Will probably stay here again if we need to stay in Park City again for a night.

    « Fell on steps »

8:30 pm I re-entered my hotel and I fell on steps that had black ice on them. I had used the steps frequently all week, and was well aware of them. I fell and remained on my back for a few minutes to collect my thoughts. There was little lighting there. Staff said they had salted it prior that evening? Bruised knee and back.

« Needs refurbishing badly, loud car wash right next door and not a good value.. »

This property at one time must have been very nice, unfortunately the owners have not put much back into it. Don't know how it's a BW Plus? TV is really lousy and not HD at all. Stained chairs, no desk, hard to find electrical outlets, really noisy hallways. Bad coffee, very difficult shower controls and fluctuating hot water. If this were renovated and the car wash closed, it would be nice because the breakfast was great! the lobby area and pool area are very inviting...but Renovate, renovate, renovate... WiFi was terrible after the rooms filled up, kept coming in and out..frustrating when your trying to work. Not a good value for the rate $134.10

« Excellent location; excellent value »

This hotel provides the best of everything at a very reasonable price. Close to skiing and other outdoor activities. Shopping, fine dining and easy freeway access. Staff was excellent and layout of the hotel was very nice.

« Excellent Hotel in Park City »

The service, comfort, appearance, and free breakfast were excellent.. We were concerned about previous reviews made during the remodeling of the hotel, but found that everything was in excellent condition and appearance. The lobby and pool are very inviting and comfortable. the room and beds were clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied with the experience and will probably book our next ski trip to Park City at the Landmark Best Western Plus.

    « my stay »

very clean, very good bed, plenty of pillows, nice decor, and all possible amenity's one may need, pool, games, hot tub v/clean, plenty of complementary computers, good selection of bending machines, washer/dryer, very nice place.

    « Best Sleep Ever »

The beds here we soo comfortable and the kids LOVED the pool area. Having hot breakfast was nice too! The hotel is very conveniently located as well.... close to shopping and a shuttle service. We will be coming back for sure!

« Second Time Did not Disappoint »

We stopped in on the way back from Denver during ski season. We asked for a room in the same area as last time and got it. They have done some nice updating and we were happy. Ski season rates are high but I got an AAA discount so it was reasonable. The lobby area is very large with a sunken area. It has an indoor spa. The breakfast area is large and comfortable. The hotel is next to a WalMart, some fast food places and gas stations. It's easy on and off to the freeway. Park City is an upscale area so don't let "by a WalMart and fast food places" keep you from this hotel. It's a great place. I was too tired to take pictures of the lobby or breakfast areas.

« Perfect for Park City »

Great location, great breakfast, pool, comfy rooms and bed. Would gladly return to this Best Western. Close to Canyons, shopping center and outlets, easy access to Salt Lake too. Appreciated the easy access to parking too.

« Good Value in Expensive City »

The rate was fair compared to other overpriced hotels in Park City. Close to several restaurants and snow tubing. Cool indoor pool and hot tub Lobby is right by the rooms and if there are a bunch of people hanging out it can make for a difficult sleep. I would recommend this to others.

    « Amazing hotel, bad internet/eggs »

We went up for a snowboarding weekend at Park City. The hotel was clean and beautiful. It was a 15 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort. We want to stay in the rooms that open out to the indoor pool/hot tub area next time, they looked amazing. There was a ping pong table, air hockey (it was out of order), and a pool table (disappointed you had to pay for that honestly). My gripes were: BAD internet, gross eggs, and the blankets were sufficient, but they were kind of thin and felt a little cheap. The internet never would connect to the phones or the Xbox (we brought for downtime at night). We called the phone number they give for internet problems and noone ever answered it. The breakfast had lots of options, but 1. they had sausage but no bacon (bummer!) and 2. the eggs were obviously the egg beat in a carton because it was definitely gross (even with the cheese and ham pieces in it). I did have to take the seal off a ketchup bottle hahaha which was pretty funny. Check out was easy and we got there at check in at 2:30am and the girl was just super friendly and amazing to us. Staff was always really friendly and outgoing. All in all, there were a few things I didn't like but the pros heavily outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again.

« Stunning hotel for the price!! »

The hotel was amazing!?? when we checked in Taylor and Kody were super fast and effective at checking us in and the shuttle driver Douglas I think was his name, was the best! Upon checking out Ivan was very nice! Definitely coming back soon!!!!!!

    « Family Get-a-way »

I was very pleasantly surprised how wonderful the Landmark Inn was. I stayed in the family suite and it was beautiful. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The indoor pool and hot-tub was wonderful and there was a lot of games for the kids to play. Very family friendly. The only disappointment was that the in hotel restaurant was closed, but there were plenty of restaurants around and the hotel shuttle will take you anywhere you want. It was a great experience for my family and me.

    « Really nice! »

We stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have an indoor pool and game room. They do have a really nice breakfast in the morning, and they are located just on the outskirts of Park City, close enough that you can easily enjoy going into Park City, but far enough out that you don't have Park City rates (those can get real pricey real quick) They are very good accommodating a large crowd, ( we had almost 50 people in our group and they arranged a block of rooms so that we could all be close to each other, but we had reserved them about a year prior) We were there with family, but we would stay there again just as a couple.

    « Great stay »

Me and a couple of my buddies came up to go skiing and snowboarding. When we found out this hotel has a shuttle that goes to the resorts we was sold. When we got there we ask the clerks what they recommend to go snowboarding at Taylor was very helpful and he seemed to know the mountains really good and we felt comfortable on where to go. The hotel it's self was really nice the lobby had great place to lounge after the day and the pool and hot tube was both nice and warm. I will be staying here when ever I come back to park city.

« Great Hotel except for the barking dog! »

Loved the hotel all the way up until our last night there. A large dog checked in next door to us and proceeded to bark loudly and then again early the next morning... non stop. I called the front desk and they did something to stop him... not sure what, but I had no idea this was a "pet friendly" hotel. Since I didn't bring my pets, the last thing I want to deal with is a loud barking large dog that sounded like he was in the room with me. For this reason, I won't be staying at this hotel again.

    « Best hotel »

Beautifully built hotel. The lobby is a perfect place for a winter get away. The staff was super friendly. Kody was fantastic at check in and took very good care of us. Kim was great at check out, made it fast and easy. The hotel did a great job of using the surroundings to their advantage. They are built on a hill and have access to the outside on all three floors. It makes it really easy to stay on the third floor, but not have to constantly be going through the lobby.

« If you can't decide, then this is the place for you »

Best Western is reliably neutral, provides adequately sized rooms, a kind of generic breakfast, decent beds, a good indoor pool, a nice hot tub/spa, so what's not to like? This is a great location for ease of travel to any of the Park City ski sites. Not great, but good. The access to get back to the Cottonwood canyons is superb if you've had enough of the Park City hills, or there's a big dump in another area. What's not to like? Nothing really, it's fine. Nothing to write home about, but if you don't want to shell out big bucks, enjoy fee breakfast (I'm not really sure what the scrambled eggs are made from), there is plenty of fruit, you want a reliable consistent experience, this Best Western if a great selection. If you want a once in a lifetime experience, go somewhere else, it's that simple. Best Western satisfies all the "needs" for a good base of operations to ski Park City. The lobby layout is strange, but for a winter time visit, it makes sense, and has everything you need.

    « Comfortable bed »

Nice hotel, expensive during the busy ski season. 15 minute drive to Park City ski resort. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, not too soft and not too hard and not lumpy. Quite impressive! I live in the area so I brought my own pillow since most hotel pillows are terrible. The free breakfast is very standard, but there's lots of food. More than enough to get you started for a day of skiing. Cozy gathering area in the lobby with plenty of seating and a fireplace. I enjoyed my stay here more than a previous stay at the nearby Holiday Inn.

    « Escellent »

Our stay was excellent. Room was clean and staff was great they were very easy to deal with and were always available. Pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of a variety. I will; be planning another stay in the near future. Definitely recommend this hotel.

« Best Western Plus Landmark Inn & Pancake House »

I stayed for 5 nights during Sundance Film Festival and found the accommodations to be very good for the price. Location is convenient to 24 hour Walmart and Redstone Mall and short drive to Park City. The indoor pool and hot tub area is really nice and large and there's also a gaming area with pool table and ping pong table and some pinball and video game machines. The daily free breakfast was good with a variety of choices such as scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes (or on other days waffles or french toast), few choices of juices, and coffee/tea. The room was spacious enough with 2 queen beds.

« Horrible value for the price »

The hotel did not honor the assurance I was given that the room I checked into for the first night would be available for me to remain in on the second night. They insisted that the room I started my stay in would be inaccessible due to renovations that were to occur on New Years Day! Additionally, the room smelled like mildew, the bed had hairs on it, the electrical sockets were loose and allowed plugs to drop out of them, and the breakfast was deceptive in that it did not include pancakes (which is part of the hotel's name!). I have stayed at hundreds of best westerns, and this was the worst by far and a horrible value for the expensive price paid. Additionally, the hotel is a decent distance from town by the freeway.

    « Ski lodging »

We stayed five nights at this hotel whilst on a skiing holiday. We were initially a little concerned that it's distance from the ski resorts would be a problem. It wasn't. The hotel offers a great shuttle service leaving at 3 times in the morning and two pick-ups in the afternoon. If you miss the shuttle the free bus service works out just fine. The hotel rooms are absolutely fine. As others have said, the walls are a little thin. However the beds are comfortable and the shower hot and powerful, which is perfect when you've had a long day on the slopes. We'd stay here again.

    « Awesome motel »

I believe this is the nicest motel I have ever stayed at and I hav stayed in many.Nice indoor pool and hot tub pool table games Gym Huge loby with great breakfast verry near too sky slopes and shoping. Cara Taylor Kody and Dennis all bent over backwards too make sure my stay was great THANKS ALL

    « Snow bunnies »

I received a Groupon for a night's stay at this hotel. My husband was unable to get off of work and go before it expired. He suggested I invite my girlfriend's I play Cannasta with on an overnight shopping trip at the outlets. The staff was wonderful, the room nice, the bed soft--what more could anyone want. We played games in our rooms and in the common area, went shopping, and ate out. Need I say more?

« Quiet location. Close to amenities. below average breakfast. »

The rooms are very quiet when it comes to outside noise, however, if there is housekeeping or anybody else talking in the hallway, you'll hear it. My room was very clean. It has a refrigerator with a separate freezer. Pump style shampoo and soap in the shower, which I don't mind because its one more thing I don't have to unwrap and waste what I don't use. Wifi is pretty fast. The staff is nice. The indoor pool area is cool, with pool tables, a hot tub and some room to hang out. The breakfast is a bit disappointing: hot food seems very pre-packaged, coffee from concentrate, and when i went there at 9:30 on Saturday morning, it was all closed up. I've never been to a hotel that close breakfast before 10 on Saturday.

    « "C" Rating »

This hotel was more reasonably priced for the Park City area, but it is a dated hotel. The hotel name "Pancake House" was misleading, because we were expecting to be able to eat breakfast at a pancake house. The restaurant closed down years ago, but they have kept the name. Our room was clean, but had very dated furniture and had extremely limited TV channel selection. We stayed several days and noted that the staircase carpeting never did get vacuumed. Overall I give this hotel a "C" rating.

    « Wonderful place for a getaway! »

We just returned from three wonderful nights near Park City. The Landmark Inn was a great place to celebrate our 36th anniversary. The hotel is clean and well managed. Large lobby with fireplace and guest computers. Breakfast was excellent -- the Pancake House has closed down but they serve a good breakfast in a large breakfast room with space to seat lots of guests, unlike the run of the mill "continental breakfast" served in a small, cramped area. The manager, Julie, was very welcoming and helpful. This was not our first visit, but the first in several years, and we will be back again -- sooner this time! (Less than 30 minute drive to Salt Lake City)

« Friendly curtious staff, smiles all around and speedy service »

what more can yousay about Park City utah it is always our favorite destination the rooms are fabulous!! close to shopping and just a short bus ride to main street, fresh clean room! soft pillows and comfy mattress !

« Great Get Away Near Park City »

We had a family reunion at this hotel and it was great. Hotel was always clean and there was always fun things to do. You will not be disappointed. It close to the outlet malls and restaurants. It is also only about a 10-15 minute drives to all the ski resorts.

« Solid service, quiet, comfortable - minimal perks »

This was a quiet stay and certainly, with the arcade and the pool, the property is good for kids, and it is pet friendly - a huge plus for us!. The beds were comfortable and the location, with Park City transit being so reliable, is good for Park City and shopping is all around. No gym that I could find. Indoor pool was a plus for winter.

    « Average Hotel »

The hotel has very clean and comfortable rooms. Generally speaking, the guests are rude, loud and inconsiderate. Children were left to run wild screaming around the corridors. Some did not wear shoes to breakfast.

« Convenience first comes to mind when I reflect on our stay at this Best Western. »

Location and convenience best describe the easy access to shopping and entertainment this Best Western offers. Just off the Kimball Junction exit and I-80, this hotel offers both comfort and ambiance that exceed the price! Whether you are in Park City to hit the slopes, hike, or bike the trails, this is the gateway to fun! At the end of the day there are dozens of restaurants and clubs to choose from. And, if you prefer to shop the evening away, there's the Outlet Mall, or Park City's Main Street just minutes away. You can spend a lot more; but why?

    « Needs improvement »

We stayed here for the weekend with our kids. We just wanted a short get away. Knowing the area we really didn't care where we were. Our criteria was cheap with an indoor pool. We looked at the holiday inn and Hampton inn in the area as well. Once we got here we drove past the other two. To me the holiday inn would be worth a look. It was in the best location and looked newer and nicer than the best western and the Hampton inn. All 3 have indoor pools and were similar in price. All 3 located in kimball junction about 10 min drive from downtown Park City and very close to restaurants and shopping. Ok on to the best western- it needs some help! They have a gem. Park city is a great location for skiing, hiking, shopping you name it and needs more affordable lodging options. Especially for families! But they have let this place run down. It needs serious updating! Let's start with the good- The lobby and eating area are updated and nice. In fact hands down the breakfast portion of the hotel was the best part of our stay. The breakfast was more than I expected and you can tell the staff that runs this portion takes pride in their work. It's clean and wall stocked and full of lots of options. Including several hot options. The desk clerks could careless. I only experienced night clerks and they were bored, seemed lazy and couldn't crack a smile. Someone else wrote this in a review I read but our telephone also did not work in our room so we were never able to call down to the staff for anything and had to walk to the front desk for towels, roll out bed etc. I told them of the problem with the phone and they could care less. In fact never even apologized for it. I'm sure they've heard it 100 times. So fix it!!! Anyway, the room seem clean but dungeon like. They made a few upgrades like carpet and tv but not much else. The beds were fairly comfortable. The air system has got to be upgraded in this hotel!!! It's an old old box and took several minutes to start up. We went back and forth from hot to cool. It was either burning or freezing! It was terrible air control and ancient! The room was stuffy as well. We asked for a roll away bed which they brought. And when my son got went to get in it he found several hair ties. Obviously they had never removed and cleaned the sheets from the person before. How gross!! We had to walk down to the front desk and ask for another. Which they brought. This one looked cleaner I guess. But then they brought no pillow or blanket with it. So we had to walk down again to the front desk. Then gave us a comforter blanket with no cover and no pillow. We were done dealing with it so figured that's as good as we were gonna get with the staff! The hotel has gone to dispensers for shampoo and soap etc. terrible!!!!! Very in inviting and seems like a koa bathroom. The pool area is nice but the pool is small. My kids enjoyed it though. They also have some arcade games that my kids enjoyed playing although beware they do cost. Also be aware the hotel in general appeals to families and there were a lot of kids even on a random weekend like we were here for. We were fine with that since we were on a kids trip. Overall it was fine for our type of trip. We paid 100$ on Priceline and I wouldn't pay a penny more!! Although I'm sure it's more expensive in the winter. If you are here to partake of park city skiing and beauty and need something inexpensive and just a place to rest your head this is fine. If you want more quality and friendliness I'd go somewhere else! People giving this a 5 I don't get! I only give a 5 for outstanding exceptional stays with them offering more than I expect. Best western was not that!

« Resort hotel at value price »

I planned this stay because of the location, it was near Salt Lake City, but up in the nearby mountains. I'm so glad I did. Not only was it away from the bustle of SLC, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great hotel in the beautiful location. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel décor was resort quality. The fireplace and sitting area in the lobby is incredible, and the indoor pool/hot tub area is a perfect retreat.

« Not so good anymore, but could be remedied. »

The good: beds are comfortable, the heaters work well, the place is quiet, the pool is nice and clean, the staff can't be beat. Now for the bad (and let me tell you I usually overlook things as human error, I get that people are not robots). Hotel has gone down hill in the past year. My room had some sticky syrupy stuff on the night stand, the phone didn't work most of the time (even to call the front desk, no dial tone at all). They have gone to these tacky little coffee machines that brew one cup at a time (Not Keurig) and they give you a one serving --yes one--- package of coffee. The pancake house has shut down, and I guess they are putting in a Denny's. No drinking cups in the bathroom. They have gone to those godforsaken pump dispensers that hook on the wall (like in a gas station or Walmart bathroom) for the soap/shampoo/conditioners which begs for vandalism and pranks, No lotion is provided. I went to Walmart to purchase my own toiletries and soap rather than risk those stupid dispensers. Can you tell how bad I despise those ridiculous things? Security cameras are lax in both the halls, elevator, building and dark parking lot as well as lighting in the parking lot. I used to really like staying here-- and have done so for 4 years every fall-- but in the past year something has happened to the quality and the place has gone to the first level of a four level hell. ( Level four would be sleeping on a park bench in the dead of winter--without a blanket)

    « Great hotel! »

Clean, beautiful pool, yummy breakfast, pet friendly! We spent one night. Enjoyed some time in the hot tub and beautiful pool area. The room was clean and spacious. It was only ten dollars more for our dog. :) We will absolutely stay here again.

    « Wonderful »

Spent our 43rd anniversary here and everything was wonderful, room was very exceptional want to thank Cynthia and Joy on making our stay very special. Breakfast buffet was very good, food was hot and managed well. We will definitely stay here again.

    « Loved It »

We reserved a pet room and were delighted to find plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog (not winter yet!). Room was clean and well appointed, beds comfortable. Breakfast was the best I've seen in years, with tons of hot/cold choices. It wasn't crowded, so plenty of parking for those of us pulling a trailer. Wouldn't work so well if hotel was full, however. Convenient shopping right across the street. Friendly and helpful staff.

« Great Value and nice pool and game area »

Definitely the place to stay if you don't mind being a little ways from Park City Main Street. There is free nearby public transit although it would be nice if the hotel would run a shuttle, especially a late night pickup from downtown back to the hotel. The lobby is actually really nice and so is the pool, hot tub and they even have Air Hockey! The room was surprisingly large and nicely furnished.

« Superior value and comfort in Park City »

We arrived in Salt Lake City after dark in the pouring rain and when we arrived at the hotel after 11 PM we were welcomed by Bill at the check-in desk warmly and efficiently. Our room was large, comfortable and well appointed. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. It is always nice to have a sofa and a table and chairs in a hotel room for additional relaxing. The thing missing was bar soap for hands and bathing. The hotel has liquid soap dispensers at the sink and on the tub surround wall. The complimentary full breakfast buffet was managed very professionally with hot eggs and breakfast meats, waffles, choice of breads, muffins and sweet rolls, fruit, cereal, juices and coffee. A good start for a day of hiking, biking, skiing or just sight seeing. The tiered lobby with a fireplace is warm and welcoming. There is a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, fully equipped exercise facility and air hockey and pool tables in a large, open room. If our travels take us back to Park City we will definitely stay here again.

« Treat Yourself to the Honeymoon Suite at the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House in Park City, Utah and Bring »

A recent visit to Park City, Utah had us staying at our old stomping ground, the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite and although technically not on our honeymoon, after 31-years of marriage, we thought we deserved it. The large suite includes separate bedroom, fireplace, living room, dining area, bar with sink and dishware, small fridge with freezer and?wait for it?. a separate room with a large private Jacuzzi. Wow! The best part of this experience is windows overhead for you to star gaze while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Our dogs were welcome too! Their pet policy is better than most with a modest $10.00 per day pet fee and a refundable $50.00 cleaning deposit. We covered the large sleeper sofa with a sheet so our boys had a place to relax, being considerate that the next ?honeymoon' couple may not bring their dogs. Recent remodeling shows off a fantastic lobby and the complimentary breakfast includes scrambled eggs, French toast and more, served in a new dining area. We liked the Best Western PLUS Landmark Inn & Pancake House before, but we love it now. Must still be in the glow of the honeymoon suite?

« Excellent value for Park City »

Our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel is located outside of Park City near the outlet mall, so any activity in Park City required a short drive and parking. Not a deal breaker. It was close to numerous shopping areas and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. There was a hot tub (jetted tub) in the room. Had some maintenance issues with that, but was corrected by staff. Would stay here again.

Great value for the price. Good breakfast but disjointed layout. Pool had chemical issues and was down and that was a part of our enjoyment as a family, but it is normally good. New remodeling turned out very nice...

    « Meh »

This hotel started out as promising. Good location and price, Nice lobby, quick friendly check in. Then I saw the indoor pool area filled with kids (I mean filled), so I guess no spa for us tonight. We decide to go into town for dinner. Their book says neither their shuttle nor town bus is running due to off season. We start driving and see buses. We call and confirm there are no city buses running with the front desk, only to learn they are in fact running and are free. Would have been nice if one of us didn't have to be the sober driver if they hadn't given us bad info (not that we were going to drink much but we are pretty strict on this issue). Slept fine, typical hotel room. Then morning came. We were on the end of the third (top) floor, children running in the hall at 715 even heard from our end room. Headed to breakfast, hearing crying kids as we pass u rooms, at breakfast again tons of children (the child to adult ratio was insane). Handling every apple in the fruit bowl until they pick one (or not), no apples for me now. The breakfast was busy (get there before 8 because that's when the line got crazy) but decent. I did like that unlike other equivalent hotels we stayed at this trip they had a sign requiring shirts and shoes, too bad the didn't enforce it (and that's on an adult). Lastly one room we walked past to breakfast had a bag of trash outside the room door that was clearly a used diaper. So because this hotel seems to attract a certain clientele that are unruly and disrespectful, and allow that to happen, plus provided bad info, I cannot recommend it.

    « Great Night Stay! »

The motel room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was very nice. All in all, a great place to stay! The location was great, so close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

    « Fabulous Inn »

We were greeted by Kody and checked in quickly. The hotel has a spacious, split level lobby with a fireplace and comfy chairs. There is a large indoor recreation area with a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, air hockey and pool tables. There is a video arcade in the downstairs hallway. The ping pong and swimming pool are free, other activities take quarters. Our room overlooked the rec area, but the soundproofing was good and we didn't hear anything. There was a closet for clothes and a separate area for wet coats and/or skis. There were two sinks (one in the bathroom and one in the main room). The room also had a microwave and refrigerator. Some downstairs rooms open onto the rec area. The breakfast was great. We appreciated that the warming trays displayed the food temperature, and the food was hot and tasty (as opposed to other places where the eggs might be barely warm). Our only disappointment was that the Pancake House was closed down (but there were still signs indicating the location of the Pancake House.

    « Great place for a getaway »

We were on a family getaway weekend with our two daughters. The staff was very personable, the continental breakfast was wonderful, great location it was close to shopping outlet stores and had an abundant selection of restaurant option really close.

« Nice for the Price »

This hotel's staff was efficient, but pretty distant. They seemed more interested with getting their job done than interacting with the guests. The bed was in need of a new mattress, but not horribly uncomfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was broken, which we didn't discover until late. Since we didn't want to switch rooms at that hour nor have a service call from a repairman, we just let it go. That made the room a little stuffy, but it was our choice not to address the issue. Breakfast was typical for a hot buffet at a hotel - eggs, bacon, premade french toast, plus the regular continental breakfast selection. Again, not stellar, but sufficient. We didn't use the pool area, but it looked like it was well maintained. Overall, the room was clean comfortable and for the amount we paid, it was about what I would expect. I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend who was looking for a reasonable place to stay at a mid-range price.

« The employees were super helpful in getting us settled in and giving us info about the community. »

Jacob and Kody were very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make us enjoy our visit. They were very helpful in giving us directions and info for our visit into the city. Thanks again for making our visit extra special!

« Thank you Best Western! »

We checked in at 9:20 P.M. on a Sunday night. The staff was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kody and Taylor! You guys made it very easy for us after a long 12 hour drive! Keep up the good work. We appreciated having the catwalk to access the third story! No stairs was easy on the legs!

« One of the better »

I just wan t to let you know that we enjoyed our stay here. We were a little disappointed that the Pancake House is no longer open, at least while we were there, but the morning breakfast in the hotel was enjoyable. Room was nice. I wrote a review for the Best Western in Reno, at the Airport Plaza, in which I complained loudly. At the start of the review I thought I was on the review for here at the Park City BW, so I gave it much higher marks than I would have. If you run into that review, please know that we would never go to the Airport Plaza Hotel again.

    « Best, Best Western ! »
