    « Don't stay here. Terrible. »

Pics look quite nice...arrive here and looks like a 1960's concrete box. Took an age to check in, & I fully understand that as the customer at a motorway hotel you are treated as a ?captive audience? but the prices at the bar and Resturant (that's a joke) are beyond crazy. The food was so so bad I sent mine back and told the staff that I wouldn't be paying for it. With so many beautiful B&B's within a small radius, I don't get why anyone would stay here. Rooms are clinical and yes they're quiet but a premier Inn would make them look luxurious in comparison. We had a vehicle breaking down and were forced to limp here as was the closest place to stop. Thinking now, I think staying at the roadside would have been preferable.

« looks good but some details are missing »

the hotel has a good aspect at 1st glance, the restaurant in "soirée étape" is ok ; the personnel is friendly BUT there was a bad smell in the bathroom the fitness room is not to recommend ; too small with obsolete equipment the access is fairly difficult the environment is not the best in a truck service area

« For the price, quality is really poor »

I selected the hotel, excluding other cheaper alternatives, because it seemed to have much better quality. What a disappointment. It is not a bad hotel, don't get me wrong, but for the price, in comparison with other "budget" brands, it makes no sense to select it. Very disappointed also with the willingness to help the customer. We arrive (me, my wife and my 8 y.o. kid) at 21:34, after many hours of driving through France. The restaurant closes at 21:30. We asked (almost begged) for some simple eating: some panini, or sandwich. Not really for me or my wife, but for the kid mainly. The answer was that the restaurant was already closed (just 4 minutes before, theoretically). I cannot blame the accuracy, because indeed, we arrive late (4 minutes), but, come on, a little more of willingness to help the customer, would be appreciated, considering specially that we have a small kid. So, summarizing, maybe the are good and accurate, but certainly I will never repeat in this hotel, and I totally discourage any family about going there.

    « One night »

The hotel was very convenient for one night stay. We arrived late , after 10 pm the restaurant was already closed but the lady at the reception was so nice and kept a two Cesar salads for us. The room correct. The bed very comfortable. Only the aircon didn't work properly so was far too hot at night.

    « Ideal for a a day or two... »

The hotel location is right off the highway, about 2 to 3 hours from Paris depending on time and traffic. The hotel is decent, has what you need. Pretty quiet, good breakfast selection, great/delicious dinner varieties but make sure you make it on time as dinner hours are limited. The staff was very friendly, and it happened that I was there on Sunday, and there was literally nothing to do specifically when it was raining outside. The lady at the front desk suggested few places (surrounding villages) but again, they were all closed.

« Modern, comfortable, easy parking »

A modern hotel immaculately decorated.Supremely comfortable bedroom and shower room. Very welcoming staff. The dining room is rather like a supermarket cafeteria - small tables closely packed. The bar is not separate but just to one side of the reception desk and in fact the foyer is the lounge/bar area. Meals are generously portioned - more gourmand than gourmet. All perfectly good for a night stop or two. There is a large functions room which I am sure serves the local area very well.

« A good quality hotel near the A77 motorway »

We stayed in this hotel for one night on the way to the north of Spain. A good roadside hotel near highway 77. A nice friendly staff, clean room, silent(the road is almost inaudible), a good Wi Fi signal. There is a restaurant, kitchen is open until 22-30(at summer, i think). Excellent choice for a stopover in the journey.

    « Ideal stop-over »

This hotel, on the outskirts of Montargis, and seconds off the A77 motorway, is a perfect location for an overnight stop between the Shuttle and the south of France. It is a pity that there is not much of great interest in the immediate vicinity, as it was such a good hotel that we could have stayed longer. The rooms are clean and bright, the bathroom perfectly fitted with a huge walk-in shower, and the restaurant served excellent food, so no need to drive out in search of a meal. The buffet breakfast also offered a good choice. The staff were friendly and most spoke excellent English. We travelled as part of a large group, yet they coped with us all quickly and in a friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. We would visit again.

« Great Best Western hotel with parking »

This hotel seems to be new. It is just off the highway and close to the historic town of Montargis. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner at the hotel with excellent food and excellent service. I would stay here again.

« Best Western Les Terrasses de Montargis, Pannes, France »

We chose this hotel because it is a Best Western and about an hour & 1/2 drive from Orly airport. The staff (who spoke English) when we arrived was very helpful when we requested a room change. The restaurant was also good, and had a special menu. Friendly waitress, and when we had to have our main course re-done, it was done without complaint. In the morning, the receptionist very kindly printed out directions to the airport for our rental car return. Yes, we would stay again.

« So much better than the old French Hotels »

An excellent stop-over Hotel. Clean efficient modern Hotel. Excellent Staff, all of whom were very pleasant and did an excellent job. The Rooms are well appointed and food and service in the Restaurant was well presented. Would recommend this Hotel very highly. So convenient to the motorway links. Ideal quiet position.

« Very helpful and obliging staff »

The staff were very helpful and met all our needs. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and a had a warm welcoming feeling about it. The meal in the restaurant was very expensive as was the price of the beer. Although the overall price of the stay for bed and breakfast was very reasonable.

    « comfortable rooms »

BW is conveniently located on the A77 and D2060, very accessible to Montargis and our office in Beaune la Rolande. The staff are quite friendly and have become familiar and you'll get a good night's rest, if it weren't for jetlag. They actually know that I need an ironing board when I checked in. There is a nice flat road next to the BW to run for a few minutes. Somehow the restaurant fare was not as good as in previous stays - salmon was bland. Although the 3 in 1 soap is okay, bring some lotion with you.

« A very nice surprise for a last minute booking »

We were headed out to a wedding in Vitry-Aux-Loges and for the longest time I could not for the life of me make up my mind where to stay. So I decided to go with the familiar and booked the Best Western Les Terrasses de Montargis. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Hotel is in an amazing location - just off the highway, in a quiet field to allow for rest but just close enough to civilization so you don't feel left out of the world. Everything has been recently renovated and is brand new. Hotel is very very clean. Staff is amazing! We called ahead to let them know we are leaving Paris late and the sweethearts they are, they prepared a meal for us (restaurant was closed by the time we got there) and it was waiting in our room. They also chose a very good bottle of wine per my request which was left on ice in anticipation of our arrival :-) Hotel is pet friendly and every single person who works there played with my small doggie and was very welcoming and accommodating. All in all, if I am headed towards Loire valley again, I'm definitely going back!

    « OVERNIGHT STOP - SURPRISINGLY LOVELY »

Stayed here for 1 night - overnight stop on the drive from south of france to calais. Booked a suite for our family of 4. very clean, efficient and had a surprisingly lovely meal in the restaurant. there is even a pool, should you wish. What made it for us, was the staff, and in particular a young man whose sister also worked there. His English was impeccable - as were his manners! And he seemed to understand the concept of 'customer service' and 'hospitality' perfectly. Would definately stay there again on our many trips to France.

« Fabulous hotel and great staff. »

We stayed here for one night travelling from the south of France towards the coast. Although it's in the middle of a business park don't be point off. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also spoke English. Free secure parking on site. We booked a table in the restaurant. Great selection of food and an absolutely fabulous selection of wines. More in line with a 5* hotel. Rooms were very clean, modern and well appointed. If you're looking for somewhere to stay I'd highly recommend this little gem.

« modern , spotless but strange location »

We stayed here driving back from the South. The location is quite isolated so a walk around town is out of the question. However that apart this is a lovely well presented soptless hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed . The bathroom was modern again, thick fluffy white towels. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The down side was the food in the restaurant. My husband sent his back as it was cold. The presentation was not great to start with but when reheated was returned as a melange of food and still cold! MInes was slightly better sevrved in a little casserole but kidneys and mushrooms were tough. The side of mash was also cold. The duty manager was most apologetic and wrote down our feedback which was indeed forwarded to the hotel manager who assured us that the problem would be addressed. The service in the restaurant is excellent and they have a great wine list to choose from. Breakfast is excellent and worth paying the extra for. Would I stay here again, yes but I would order salad!

    « High-spec, smart and friendly. »

High-spec contemporary hotel with smart decor and a professional feel. Bedrooms are immaculate and stylishly equipped, We were travelling to the Dordogne with a large tour-group. Stayed one night on our outward journey and one night again on return. Arrived late (930 pm) due to a three-hour Eurotunnel delay, but dinner was swiftly served to all 48 of us without any question or alteration. A delicious evening dinner presented stylishly. Wine included and generous with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an ok continental, although squeezed for space with a big group. Only one negative .. the bar is pricey, tailored to the expense account of business clients rather than tourist expectations. But it is no big deal when balanced against the overall class, cleanliness and comfort of this super hotel. A great find. I understand we were the first English tour-group they had received, and it can't be easy to be hit by 48 demanding guests all at once, and three hours late. So great credit to the staff for making us so welcome. We were delighted to be going back to the same hotel on our way home. Many thanks to Fares and the staff.
