Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens Hotel & Suites and Conference Ct

Great hotel, friendly staff, quiet, clean rooms, reasonably priced except the mattress was extremely hard. Why can't hotels spend a few extra bucks and make the most important aspect of the stay better?

The staff here are sweet and very helpful. The rooms are clean. My family and I moved from Oregon to Florida and unfortunately did not have power in our new home, we stay a few nights here and just loves it.

Beautiful hotel and a great value for the money. Staff was super friendly, rooms were nice as well as clean. I recommended this hotel to my brother this morning. Hotel is central to local beaches as well as a nice sports bar and several excellent restaurants.

This is a very nice hotel and the price was great for the area. It was clean, the breakfast was very nice and the pool was also very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only had a 2.5 star rating but should be greater than that.

My first impression wasn't the greatest but it wasn't due to the hotel itself. It was due to the super loud guest who spilled stuff in front of the entrance making it impossible for me to get in and check in. The lobby to me was quite dark, murky, and uninviting, but the person checking us in made the check in smooth and simple. The hotel is quite aged and it is quite noticeable by the walls, paint, elevator, hallways, bathroom etc. we were on the third floor. Our room was basic with one small couch and bed and tv, stand, table, etc. the bed was made up nicely and it looked quite clean. The bed at first wasn't too comfortable but I did end up sleeping ok. The pillows are very very tiny. The bathroom was old, needs some updates. There was only one single bath towel for each of us. All in all? We were here just one night to crash and be at the beach. Nothing more nothing less. We didn't get to the pool. We usually love the pool. We had breakfast that was just okay but it's nice to have that option as well as the microwave, fridge, coffee machine in the room. Will not be back, but it is one of the cheapest pet fees in the area and that's why I had also picked it.

We are disabled couple and got the royal treatment from the entire staff. Our next trip is already booked here. Extra clean rooms, marvelous complimentar breakfast, great location. We had handicapped room with our 2 support dogs. Large room, awesome shower.

I was locked out and went to get a spare key. The front desk woman told me "who are you? , i can't just leyteveryone in. ". And then she had a m. Also, the curtains in my room on the 2nd floor did not shut close, so throughout my entire stay i had no privacy.

Hotel is EXTREMELY affordable for the location but what really made me happy was the restaurant. Their speciality is Italian/Mediterranean so the first night i got chicken parm and second night chevapi. The whole experience feels like home, from the rooms to the food. This is not a hotel to pass up on folks

Nice service, conveniently located at walking distance to publix, CVS and close to restaurants and Juno pier which was the main reason of our trip. Place is quite, clean and very comfortable, breakfast is good. My son slept in the sofa bed and it was good.

Very reasonable rates for great accommodations. Easy access to choice of restaurants. Friendly, professional staff. Rooms with tasteful decor, gym on hand for workout enthusiast. Ocean with beach easy to reach.

This is an excellent hotel! One of the best I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful in guiding us toward things to do and places to eat. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

My fiancee and I were very pleased. the staff were very friendly. Although room was small it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakast was great just wish they would extend the hours a little past 9:30am, No one wants to wake up that eraly after a night out or you just want to sleep in a little longer. You are on vacation after all. The pool was nice as well.The only problem we encountered were the outets and/or lamps that weren't working properly.

Great price, great location, clean, and wonderful staff! Yes it is an older hotel, but has been upgraded and our favorite place to stay in the area. My husband has had surgery at Bascom Palmer and we are required to return several times a year... this hotel is about 4 miles from BP, but a bit less expensive than the ones that were on their list for suggested stays close to the facility. And while it is a few miles farther away, we much prefer this area as opposed to being right next to the interstate. Wonderful restaurants close by, The town of Jupiter just to the north which is very sweet, and an extremely accommodating staff. A wonderful surprise to have our king room switch to a lovely suite on our last visit. And yes, we will be staying there each time we visit BP.

It was close to the home office, Grocery store 2 blocks aways, restaurants with in 2-3 blocks, very clean and quite, easy access to get out, you have to go past it and do a U Turn to get into the property, Theres a DDs 2 blocks up on the left. I enjoyed my stay.

My stay with Best Western was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and we enjoyed breakfast and the workout room. Anything we needed we got in a timely fashion. We will be staying here for our future visits to Florida.

We could not get WiFi in the room using the provided information. There was a drunken brawl in the hallway in front of our room. We heard someone trying to break down a door. Several police officers came to the hotel and we were interviewed by a police officer at 1:00 a.m. since we notified the front desk about the altercation. I'm assuming the security camera in the hallway does not work or was not being monitored. The bed was hard as a rock. I was told the manager would call us. Still waiting.....

Stayed here two nights. Needed to get to Singer Island for a wedding without having to pay Singer Island hotel rates. A 15-minute or less metered-taxi ride got me there. If you come with a car you can explore a bit unlike me. There is a Publix supermarket once you leave the hotel and make a right hand turn you will see a mall and the supermarket on the right hand side. If you're driving make a right turn at the light then stay in the left hand lane to turn into the Publix parking lot. The bed was comfortable. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Ice machine on the first floor. There is no free bottles of water in the room so make sure you pick up some water from the supermarket. Breakfast starts around 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM in the building across from the hotel. Nothing spectacular but you get to eat some wholesome food before starting the day and beats leaving the compound to search for breakfast in the morning. There is a parking lot for those who have vehicles. And you get free wifi. Good for a short stay.

Hotel was well located for us, with a quiet room that was reasonable well appointed. Pleasant staff, decent fitness room and free ok breakfast. Good value for money. My partner liked the pool where she had it by herself.

This was 3rd experience in this calendar year. BW location is great, staff his consistently cordial and breakfast is better than the competition.Accesibility to Carmine's Deli and Market is key to us. Ruth on front desk;super pro and nice. Our thanks to the young lady who manages the morning breakfast, does a heck of a job.

The staff was very nice. I liked the environment, it was relaxing and clean. We had a problem with our key and it was taken care of immediately. The hotel is literally across the street from restaurants and shops. Within a couple miles there are so many other restaurants and shopping centers that I purposely drove past them because I would go back home broke. I enjoyed my time with my kids.

Literally EVERY aspect of my accommodations during my stay here exceeded my expectations- SO REFRESHING?? (hence the additional 4 nights I added to my stay??). Extremely good price for the quality of this hotel & its accommodations. Can't believe this place is not @ least a 3 star hotel.

My son and girlfriend stayed and I paid for it. They found a crack pipe in the Blowdryer bag. Had I stayed there I would have checked out. They gave it to the lady at the front desk. She just took and said nothing but “ that looks like a crack pipe”.

The staff were very friendly and explained where everything was. They were very accommodating, Hotel was clean and located close to restaurants and the beach. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious and clean! Would stay here again!

manager was not accommodating, had coolers stolen, when reported he did nothing we told him we would find the thief ourselves were told he would call the police on us. Ran a filthy place, would not even call it a hotel. LQ would not want this. Though we did fill out a review, never got a response. the time period was prior to when the list allows.

Friday morning early about 7:00 AM there was a constant banging of doors. On our way out after checking out, we asked about getting ice for our trip back to Tampa. The front desk person (he) directed me to the breakfast bar to get ice from their machine because he stated that they had a scoop and would be easier then he having to get a bucket for us to use. I get to the door at the breakfast bar and it was closed. At that time I was not very happy of the way the clerk passed the buck. One of the ladies that worked there heard my situation and she came over and open the door for me and got me a bag of ice. She went out of her way to make sure that my experience with Best Western be positive one. Suggestion: Quieter doors, deemed lights in hall way at night.

I live locally and needed a place to stay for the night. It's convenient and I got a good off-season rate -- around $100. I imagine the rates "in season" -- November through April -- are quite a bit higher. Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. I added an extra "circle" to my rating because of this. ... The location is great, particularly for vacationers. A terrific Italian market is across the street. Paris in Town, a delicious French bistro (B, L, D) is about a block away. Publix, Starbucks, Duffy's (burgers+), CVS and more are also a short walk. The beach is a 10-minute drive. MacArthur State Beach Park is also about 10 minutes away; rents kayaks. The Gardens Mall, a retail palace, is also about 10 minutes away ... Nice, lightly citrus-scented toiletries in the bathroom. ... The fitness center looked well-equipped. Con: The room was clean but dated. The gauzy curtains were dirty (or stained?) at the bottoms. The decorative bedcover had a hole in it. The property could use a little modernizing. Having said all this, I think this hotel is a great choice for vacationing families who are fine with a "beach-comfortable" sort of vibe. Great location for enjoying northern Palm Beach County.

One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I've been too. Would definitely recommend this to anybody. I will definitely be back to this location! The staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel was very very well maintained. Very clean!

Not sure what the plus means with this Best Western but if it is suppose to mean it is superior to other Best Western's, it fails. First let me say the staff is very friendly, never walked in or out that you're not greeted, also found my room comfortable and clean when I arrived. Some negatives, house keeping came to the room Sunday at 5:18 to clean, just as we were getting ready to get dressed for dinner, I do appreciate them coming, but 5:18? The door on the north side parking lot, was never locked while we were there, which I noted was also mentioned on a March 2017 review on TA, obviously security not a high priority. All day Sunday a luggage cart was sitting in the hallway from the north lot. Had breakfast Sunday and it was good and used the pool and it was very nice, with the exception of probably the most uncomfortable plastic chairs you can get, the ones that need a cushion, but there are none. Over all, if you are looking for a place to sleep, one night, it's fine. Would not recommend any longer stay. Nice place, just needs some attention to detail.

The room was clean but a little dated. The breakfast was typical Best Western style. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed just one night but it is close to family and we will most likely stay here again.

Crystal Morey, has been the best Manager this Hotel has seen, i only hope the new manager gives the same level of customer service she and Debbie have. I am a disabled, Military, Business man and I'm used to excellent service, like I give to my customers, she always goes above and beyond. Now the room needs a like tlc, since storm,some of the repairs are noticeable,mind you I am in the restoration field,and I am picky! overall nice stay!

Check in was super easy and the staff very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was very nice with lots of shady seating and the breakfast was great. Delicious dark roast coffee. Great stay.

The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was not the greatest, and the eating area was small. The A/C wasn't great, but did work okay. The pool area was good.

I have stayed here several times over the last two years. Place is clean, staff is A-One, and location is pedestrian friendly. Lots of shopping in walking distance and some great restaurants. My favorites are Carmine's and Seasons 52. Do your rate shopping on-line and then call the hotel — they may rate match.

This hotel is well located on US1 off of PGA Boulevard in North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens. I prefer the suites, as they are more spacious, but even the regular guestrooms are comfortable and well appointed. Juno Beach and Singer Island are very close by, there is a Publix within walking distance, wonderful restaurants and shopping at the Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens a five minute drive away, and Palm Beach is just a few exits south on I95. The prices vary depending on the season, but this hotel is an excellent value when it is not high season (in which case, every hotel is way overpriced...). We have stayed here multiple times over the past two years and continue to come back for weekend getaways.

Picked the Best Western for its proximity to where our son was playing baseball. Hotel is great, clean, quiet very close to lots of restaurants, especially if you like Italian. Breakfast is good, consistent and fresh with a decent selection for a continental, both hot and cold.

The hotel was nice, clean and perfectly located for our stay. But the staff was what really made this stay amazing!! Marcella at the front desk, was the first friendly face I saw and she was able to help me with an early check-in. Crystal, the manager, even went to personally check on a room that was being cleaned. Debbie (front desk) was also so friendly and funny she even recommended Frigates for good seafood (we loved it). We saw some of the housekeepers in passing and they all said hi with friendly smiles. While at the pool one day, we encountered a very rude man who didn't like us playing in the pool because he was trying to do laps. He ended up getting Crystal who was so friendly and professional. She explained to him how it was a family pool. I told her it was my son's birthday and I wouldn't let some rude man ruin anything. Next thing I know, she came to our room with a birthday cake, balloons, a card (signed by some of the great staff!!) for my son and a bottle of wine for my ex-husband and I!! I could not believe it!! it was so above and beyond nice!! I cried. My son is my world and they made his b-day even more special!! This will definitely be my choice hotel. I really cannot thank Crystal enough!! 1000000 Thanks to everyone at that hotel!!

Repeat business is the goal and measure of an enterprise. This was the fourth time we've stayed at this property over the past four years and therein is my review! We love it here and look forward to our annual visits. The staff is great, the rooms clean, breakfasts are complete. The only ding is that the mattress is a bit hard for my liking, but that is a personal matter. All else is wonderful. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping and a Publix grocery store makes this a convenient location. Can't wait to come back next year !!

Horrible filthy room. This place is a dump and they charge for their filth. my child has asthma and they charged for "finding ashes" in the room however when i asked them to check cameras and they sang a different tune and advised their mistake however they can not credit my account back for the smoking charge. stay away from this dump. its a scam and a hole in the wall

Let me start off by saying that West Palm Beach is not a place for a family vacation especially with young children. However, the hotel was nice, the staff was very helpful and nice. The hot/cold buffet breakfast was nice, the pool however was small and there were never enough towels available. I would return if I had to.

the worst pillows ever and housekeeping supervisor was too busy at the time to bring me other pillows to see if were better than the ones in the room but said it was same type they had no feather or soft pillows. 2 hours later and still she did not come to room with other pillows. also hotel is still finishing up renovation, hallways are still being worked on but website makes no mention and not reflected on price.

We spent 3 nights in this very good hotel. Big/clean/quiet room with sitting area. Great breakfast (good mix of warm food plus normal breakfast goodies)...you could eat inside or outside by the pool. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon...we were the only ones in it and felt great. Only slight minus is that it is on a busy road with no character. But not a big deal as long as you have a car. Definitely will stay there again.

A very scary lady at check in (she gets better over time but first impression is scary). The room was not ready. I was very rudely told I was early the cleaners were cleaning elsewhere and I would have to wait. I wasn't offered a coffee while waiting either. For customer service I was surprised she didn't contact the cleaners and ask them to do my room next as I was waiting. Reception didn't have a clue about the points system for gold members and was told to wait until the next day when another person would be on reception. Otherwise the room as good and the stay was ok. It's just the initial impression and how reception should be more warm and welcoming. After all a message to all staff there. We the customer pay your salary by staying at the hotel and paying for the rooms. Remember that and be nice to us, even if you do not like us.

Nice, clean modern room. Wi-fi was uselessly slow. Still under renovation. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast selection. Convenient to the Atlantic Ocean, shopping, restaurant's and 2 Spring Training ball field ‘s.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the PGA Honda Classic Golf Tournament. The location is ideal for Ballen Isle Golf Course. Also walkable distance to restaurants, markets and shopping. The breakfast buffet is amazing, something for everyone. All the hotel staff we encountered were kind, courteous, helpful and smiling. Adonis in the restaurant is an outstanding individual. Jake, in training at the front desk, has a great attitude. We will always stay here when in Palm Beach Gardens.

It is a beautiful building with lovely rooms and wonderful staff in a good location. We enjoyed our stay no the help of the staff at the desk. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Seating area might be on the small size because we had to eat outside.

Arrived in the evening having not booked andgot offered a suite on the 4th floor including breakfast for $144 and it was mega. it had a fridge, microwave, lounge and kitchen area so appreciated them accommodating us at last minute and giving us govt rate. breakfast was v busy with people having to sit outside in the cold to eat but i got a seat inside so was ok. recommended staying here.

Great location and service from the front desk. We were not familiar with the area and Debbie helped us with eating places and went out of her way at check in. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Palm Beach area and especially if you are not use to Florida.

Nothing spectacular. First room assigned had AC problems. So they reassigned rooms. Tight entrance to get luggage cart into. Not well thought out. AC worked well. Water pressure was sub-par in shower and shower door did not slide well. Breakfast was OK, but pretty standard fare. I am sure there are better options nearby.

I bought a room with a nice bath tub, as I just had a spinal fusion surgery seven weeks ago. They have always been nice enough I spray it with bleach and let it sit and an able to take a nice warm bath with Epson salt. Most people don't do this it was just because of my surgery. The room they gave me had a shower with pubic hair in it and they were not accommodating at all in the room did not match the pictures of that I bought for $240 a night, I understand we are in Sason. However it was supposed to be that much with the king suite I got the smallest room I've ever seen

We planned to be in the Jupiter FL area for the holidays and we looked for a “Pet Friendly Hotel” We booked a suite for 6 nights - thinking it will be great When looking at my confirmation I realized that there was no mention of the Dog so I called the hotel - the lady on the other side of the phone explained that “we will not be able to accommodate the requested room due to our pet and offered another type of room on the First Floor due to “our Pet Policy”. Arriving to Palm Beach Gardens after a fabulous stay in Savannah GA expecting a relaxed stay at the Best Western Plus - after all a Plus should stand for something !!! Checked in - taking the cart with all our stuff on it - No Bell Men available and heading to our room. Walked in - dropped our bags and went back to the front desk Asking if there is another room available- we were on the First / ground floor right on the Parking lot on one side and on the HWY on the other - we could literally smell the Asphalt Unfortunately- nothing was available The room is very Small, Sad, Rundown and Tired - the accent curtains were partially hanged, the AC was loud - prevented us from Hearing the traffic on the HWY, Literally no room to move around especially when its Two adults and a pet (that nerds a crate, a bed etc) Ok ... We spend the night Went for ice - the Ice Makers on both floors didn't work - the staff member was very kind, went to the Kitchen and brought us a full Ice Bucket First thing in the morning went to the front desk and ask to check out the the reservation was for 6 nights The woman behind the counter was really gracious and told me she understand and prepared my bill and wished me happy holidays The Hotel Staff is amazing - they cannot help the fact that the owners do not feel the need to update the hotel and make it right for the21st century Sad little place that will keep being filled since people do not know that they could do better And just a little Sidenote- it seems like management reply only to great reviews on here and ignore the weak and bad reviews - I believe that this fact alone should alert guests of the way this company do business !

We booked this hotel through price line. Before booking we called to see if they had parking for a truck boat and trailer. We were told that we did. Upon arrival we found although they really don't have that parking there was a place that we could park it but it was not really boat and trailer parking. It does say truck/RV parking on their website. We did get that worked out. We checked in and the hotel is a little run down. We were on the third floor, the ice machine did not work so to get ice you have to go to the 1st floor. We got in our room, the first thing is that the fan in the bathroom made a terrible noise so we would have to deal with that. So after dropping off our bags we went out and did our basic running around , got some food and returned to the hotel to settle in for the night. We were in the room for about 10 minutes and my husband , who is allergic to certain scents started to have an asthma attack I went down stairs to talk to the front desk. They gave us suite on the 4th floor. I went to check that out before we moved to that room. The living room smelled a little musty but the bedroom had a strong perfume smell just like our other room. Needless to say we could not stay there even though we booked 3 nights. We had to check out and get my husband medical help. The staff at this hotel was great the whole time. They are very accommodation but I don't think they really could have done much to air out the room or find us another one. I think hotels need to take a look at what type of products they use for air fresheners. The room looked nice but a little run down. The air freshener was just way too much.

This hotel is well situated and in a great area. Short ride to the beach, great restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. It was nice to have fresh towels every day as well as have towels available at the pool. Would definitely book again

Great staff nice rooms and pool. The continental breakfast is one of if not the best I've ever had. We had multiple rooms with entire family and friends and everything was perfect thanks again. Extra thanks to Crystal the GM she was great.

All staff members were very professional and courteous. The property is meticulously well maintained. The inside decorations and colors are very bright and cheerful. The exterior is also bright and cheery!

Hotel is in a very nice location, just minutes from the Palm Garden Mall and close to all the beaches. You have to drive a little, but not that big of deal. Hotel itself is very nice. Well kept on the outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again the next time we go down to West Palm area to visit our son.

You have a fabulous front desk! Arriving late at night from our long trip from Costa Rica I apparently lost my Visa credit card. I was incredibly distraught. The front dest was kind enough to run our weekly charge through the Visa credit card I had on file with the Hotel. With the help of an old debit card and a lot of cash we had a great time in Palm Beach without my major credit card!!

Clean room, great price for Palm Beach Gardens, nice pool, great breakfast (except coffee is too weak.). Only downside is room facing Route 1 - a little too much noise. Nice helpful staff any hour of the day.

This BW was clean. Easy to locate and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding and great coffee. We were too rushed with outside business to enjoy the amenities, but will return someday to enjoy at a slower pace.

Love this hotel! My second stay here. Nice staff and great location. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Pool is nice. Have yet to be around at breakfast but the breakfast area is beautiful! No road noise and comfy beds make this a great choice.

It's pretty much exactly how described. It is located on Highway 1 so if you are in a room up front there is some road noise but it tapers off quickly at night. The Pro's: it was inexpensive, clean and the location was very good. [See the Turtle Sanctuary a few miles north], Con's: The included breakfast was really below par, we did not eat it after the first morning.

I stayed one night in Palm Beach Gardens Best Western Plus. Was given a suite and free breakfast plus parking was included. Service and room were great, and the hotel is in a lovely area. Breakfast was ok. Suited my needs perfectly! Would stay again.

The hotel is located on US 1 not far from PGA Blvd tjay takes you to any and all amenities the area offers. Check in was okay We didn't want first floor but booked late using points I didn't want to make a big deal about it. We were given a handicapped room as well which also is not my favorite. The room is comfy,choice of pillows, good tv, free internet. They serve a nice hot/cold breakfast buffet in an adjoining building. There were fried eggs, sausage.grits,potatoes,waffles, and all the other typical buffet offerings. The staff there was attentive and kept the hot food fresh and available. Parking is free as well. I would stay here again even of I had to use money and not points.

Dog friendly hotel with comfortable rooms & nice staff. The rooms were a little small but were well appointed with comfortable bedding & a bathroom that is larger than most other hotels. Beautiful pool with sitting area. And a decent amount of free breakfast choices.

I booked 2 rooms and asked for early check in. We were able to get into one room a half hour early but had to wait an hour and half after the normal check in time to get into the second room. The staff never contacted us and we had to keep going to the front desk to ask when it would be ready. The first room condition was fine but the second one had black something around both sides of the shower door because it did not shut properly. Additionally, the hotel cleaning staff was clearly overwhelmed. They knocked on our door around 9:00 trying to clean it. We got a full understanding of their lack of cleaning staff by the loud conversation the staff had with each other at the front desk. Really unprofessional but extremely interesting.

Ashley, Debbie, and Nicole were pleasant, always helpful. Pool is nice. Need to fix fire pit. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning our room. Breakfast is good. Would return. Close to shopping and highway. Doris's grocery across the street is fabulous!

Pros: The beds were nice and the shower pressure was good. Has free Wi-fi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Has continental breakfast. Cons: The room wasn't very clean; the carpet was very stained.

Room was a little musky, and had that typical cheap caustic cleaner smell, would have preferred good old Clorox. Breakfast was the typical cheap carb options, fresh market is five minutes away so it is worth it to get healthier options

I've stayed there on numerous occasions, and keep coming back because the staff there makes me feel at home. They always exceed my expectations. Their (+) attitudes make minor inconveniences bearable.

My wife and I are touring florida and booked to stay one night here en route to miami beach. The hotel is a stunninig red building looking very mediteranean and has good free parking facilities. Our welcome by Debbie was excellent, she was so helpful. As a Diamond Elite member we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was gorgeous, well equipped and very comfortable. We visited the McArthur State Park which is about 5 minutes drive from the hotel. This is well worth a visit. Debbie gave us a couple of beach chairs and towels so we were all set for a great day. We enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay. Fantastic experience all round.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable. There is no minibar in the room. Breakfast, particularly food and beverage selection could be improved. Good experience overall.

We were on a multiple day vacation, and we encountered a few things that I thought you'd like to know! 1. The GM is very very good. We had some issues with the room not being cleaned, (more in a sec on this), for not one, but two different nights! We were running around and keeping the busy vacation schedule everyone seems to be on, but the General Manager stepped right in, coming in on her days off to make our holiday amazing! She decorated the table in the breakfast buffet area to celebrate by daughter's birthday and moved us to a newly renovated room without hesitation! I was VERY impressed by her actions and professional over-the-top approach to customer service! 2. The room service. So, there is a formula for having your room cleaned and it means that unless you pass the test, you don't get the room cleaned up. It kinda goes like: All pants off the bed + All laptops off the bed + all towels on the floor = getting the room looked after! I didn't get the memo about how to ensure that the rooms were looked after, but after we moved, I was educated and I'm pretty sure I could pass the test and the cleaner would actually get the tip I left for her, and gave to the front office crew for doing an amazing back up job on their behalf!! 3. Go to the beach nearby! It was one of the best planned beach areas I've seen. Big sand area first followed by dunes and finally, through walking paths, the beach. 4. Grocery stores, restaurants are literally a 5 minute walk away! 5. Pool was kinda small, but intimate, should you pop in before the 2200 hrs closing.

The hotel had really nice rooms. The lobby was a little dark and small and we thought maybe the rooms wouldn't be as nice and comfortable as they were. Th fitness room is small but works and the pool was fine. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast and the workers were all friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

I stayed here last week with my husband and our 3 year old in one room (320), and my sister, her husband and her 6 month old in the next room (322). First let me tell you we got a Groupon for this hotel for $50ish per room per night! When I called to confirm the morning of, there was a bit of confusion but it was quickly and professionally resolved. When I spoke to the young lady I asked for the rooms to be together. She said she could only try as they were sold out for the night. When we arrived she recognized my name and told me she was able to get us rooms right next to each other! The front desk answered every question I had with a smile. Thanks guys! The hallways seemed a little older, maybe needs some updating, but not a deal breaker. The rooms seemed as if they were updated recently? Everything was clean. Bed was comfy and sheets were so soft. Pullout couch mattress and pack n play were spotless! Bathroom was clean and perfect for our family. If you are needing a bathtub, maybe call the hotel first as our rooms only had showers. I called the front desk the morning of checkout to ask for a 45 min extension on our checkout and he told me it was no problem at all. So now the downside, which may not be a big deal to some and we will definitely be staying here again, so not a deal breaker for us. Breakfast. Yes, I know it's "free" (included in the price), but it was a bit subpar. I saw the little sign on each table stating the attendant/stocker was also the chef and to please be patient. So I expected a delay. We are fairly easy going people. We showed up at 9:20ish and breakfast ends at 10a. There weren't any tables available indoor (maybe 10?) so we went outside to the 90°+ weather. The 2-3 tables w/umbrellas were taken. We looked inside again and finally found one. Time for food. Typical complimentary hotel breakfast; scrambled eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, cereal, some pastries, bagels and beverages. Idk about you but when I see there's a complimentary breakfast I look forward to the "made from scratch" waffles. Hot and yummy. Well the dispenser was out of batter when we got there. I told the attendant and he said there was enough for 1 more but he only makes one batch a day (there was still 1/2 hr left) and I got the last one. So of course I gave mine away to my daughter and my sister. The rest of us were disappointed and left waffle-less. As I said, not a deal breaker. But could use some improvement. Overall very good for the price. Even at the $85 I saw without a Groupon, it's still a good deal.

On 8/4/17 My family and I checked into this hotel. We were traveling for a funeral and needed a place to stay. I found the hotel on AAA/Priceline and the price was reasonable for the two rooms needed. My mother and I stayed in room 212, while my sister and brother-in-law stayed in 110. Everything was ok until my brother started complaining about his allergies, however it was late and we were told these were the only rooms available. Then, at sunrise my brother noticed some stains on the wardrobe in the room, and what he found was so disturbing. The wardrobe was covered with mold inside and out. When he complained to the morning manager, her response was unfortunately no refund would be given due to booking through AAA/Priceline. However, when my mother went to the front desk to complain, we were told that room 110 is dedicated for handicap consumers and she then apologized that we were given that room. She stated we should call Priceline and have them give us a refund for the room. When we called Priceline to complain and request our refund, the representative stated she would have to call the hotel to verify our story. When she returned to the line, the rep stated that the manager said that our complaints about the mold were unfounded, however, they we still refund our money for the one room. Please take a look at these picture and tell me if our complaints are truly unfounded. Did they really think something like this would be ok for the handicapped or anyone at that. They should be ashamed and the cleaning staff along with the mangers need to take better care of their property. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.

Pet Friendly! We spent two nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. We overlooked packing a tablet and Kadeem Green found it. It had slipped down between the wall and bed. They shipped it to me using a reasonable shipping rate. Thanks.

Everything was great the rooms, price, cleanliness, breakfast, staff. All they need to do is have someone come in and smoothe down the sides and the bottom of the pool, Lil rough on the toes, feet and knees. Ouch. But overall the best place to stay hands down

This charming hotel was a surprise in the middle of town, tucked into a little nook on a main road. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pool looked inviting and the surrounding area was very relaxing. Clean room, comfy bed, nice full shower.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was not as nice as several similar hotels I've been to but it was not terrible. Great service during the breakfast, just a lack of options. Good value for the area.

I live 2 hours away and as in town for a scuba diving trip and needed only 1 night to stay. I booked on Groupon on the getaway section and it was pretty easy, all I did was choose what day, the type of bed and then just show up. The location was perfect because it was only 2 miles from blue heron bridge and the marina. It's 2 Publix and a few restaurants. I got the corner room, but it was clea, bed was comfy, there was a mini fridge in the room, and there were plenty of channels on TV. The pool isn't as big as it looks, but was nice. The breakfast consisted of the usually pastry items - those Danish things, muffins, and sausage. I can't remember if they had eggs. I didn't eat because we were getting on the boat early. I would stay there again the hotel served its purpose to me. No problems here. Oh yeah the elevator is kinda slow slow, for a hotel with only 3 floors but it's not a deal breaker.

We needed to stay in a reasonably play priced room while we look for a permanent home. We came across this best western plus and give it a shot. Crystal Moray is the GM here and has been working with me with some issues that I had, non-hotel related. She is absolutely the epitome of a hospitality-minded manager. I can see how conscientious she is in everything she does. This hotel offers a hot breakfast which can always be a disappointment in some places. She makes it a point to go above and beyond what you might expect. For instance, being a southern girl I love biscuits and gravy. When I came in one morning she had homemade sausage gravy that blew my mind. I'm quite sure her job description does not entail cooking a delicious breakfast, but that's exactly what she did. You can see her touches in every aspect of this lovely hotel. She made my stay so much more pleasant than I ever expected. They are so lucky to have her. As for the other staff members, everyone was extremely polite and accommodating. The location of this hotel is very close to the beaches and centrally located. They also have a good pool area and I feel very secure as well. All of these things are important to me and my husband and I'm sure to most people. It's a family friendly and pet friendly establishment, I loved it.

not what i expected from what Expedia had listed. i will not be staying here again nor will i be recommending it to anyone else. breakfast buffet was not up to standards and the room we booked was not what we got. the room keys never worked and the elevator worked when it wanted to.

Rooms are small, dark, and almost rustic like. The Bathroom had a walk in shower, no tub. Pool area was very nice. Somewhat secluded, beautiful surroundings. The check in/out process was very easy. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

Needed a place for us and the dog while our home was fumigated. Got a nice king room with sofa, frig and microwave under $90.00. Includes hot or cold breakfast. Place has a pool too. Great deal for this area of the County.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. No issues other than children running and speaking loudly in hallways due to a group of little league players. By 11:00 pm they settled down. Hotel is near to local restaurants and beaches. Nice pool.

The Hotel was clean and a good Value, but some of the Front desk staff did not look professional, one had wrinkled clothes like they had slept in them also had many Tatoos, kind of scary for a Senior citizen arriving in the evening. The room was nice, Bed very comfortable.

Clean and convenient location. Desk staff are not rude but not friendly. Housekeeping was great. They allowed a scuba class in the pool on Saturday and Sunday which limited guest access. I will try somewhere else the next time we are in the area.

The hotel is close to shopping at food stores and malls. Close to the beaches and sight seeing along A1A Only 30 min from WPB airport but you are away from all the commuter traffic. Just 10 min to rt 95.

Great location for Peanut island only a few miles to access the beach. Breakfast was decent and included. Only complaint was our pull out sofa had no linens and we had to call down to get them brought up.

Breakfast and housekeeping staff was excellent, and room was really clean. I really enjoyed my stay and Debbie the guest service manager was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. very convenient for my needs.

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed our accommodations. The pool was nice and relaxing and the staff were very nice and pleasant to work with. It is near the beach and lots of nice places to eat. We were there to compete in a triathlon and the room had plenty of space for our bikes too. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this hotel while taking a class nearby. I had never had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western, but my sister had told me they were always very nice. This hotel was clean, quiet, had a great pool, and fantastic staff - both efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend it and plan to stay at it my next trip to West Palm Beach.

A great location for a stay with breakfast, pool and close to everything. Great value for the cost, great for vacations and events as they have a conference center (no restaurant though). Many nice restuarants near by along with bars and grills, and a mall.

The title says it all! If you have housekeeping issues to resolve don't waist your time! An item was accidentally removed from our room by housekeeping and not returned. The beds were horrible, couldn't walk straight in the morning.

Hot breakfast, beautiful outside decor and rooms are small but comfy. Very accessible from I-95. Lobby is beautiful decorated and check in and check out experience was fast and painless. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

My check-in was quick and smooth, having paid up front with TripAdvisor. My room was spacious and very clean! Everything appeared to be relatively new. Also, there were plenty of supplies included that were considered standard (but a plus to me, for the price of $79/nt), including free hot breakfast, iron/ironing board, mounted flat screen TV with a suitable number of HD cable channels, high speed internet, hair dryer, good quality bed sheets/ comforter and towels.

This hotel was easy to find and in a decent area of Palm Beach Gardens. Close to everything in the PB area and about 2 blocks from a marina. Hotel looked great on the outside and the lobby was nice. The rooms were boring and lacked any personality. I had a king suite which was roomy but zero art work on the walls and the walls themselves needed painting or a good scrub to make them look good. AC worked great and the suite had one in the living area and one in the bedroom which was great. Larger fridge and microwave was available as was a place to sit and eat. Utensils in the drawer would have been great but the desk had plastic ones and kindly gave a few to us. Bathroom was clean but the shower door was dangerous. It stuck so badly it felt unsafe to use. It was a struggle to open/close and I fear a younger child could hurt themselves on it. Simply cleaning the track really well and maybe a little wax would help it move easier or replace! The room was generally clean and bed was very comfortable. Carpet had seen better days but was not torn nor did it have bad smells just worn. Pool was nice but pool area really needed cleaning. Also scuba lessons in the pool prevented us from really swimming and they were making the pool dirty. Great idea for lessons and certification if you're going to the Bahamas but not if it impedes on the guests enjoyment of the pool area. Overall nice place for a nice price. I didn't have a chance to do breakfast but the breakfast area was huge and adjacent to the pool area. Both were in a building just across from the check in area. Parking was good and felt safe.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and this stay was as good as we find anywhere. As the title says there isn't a complaint here. The staff was the most helpful, housekeeping was above and beyond the average (neatly placing items, cleaning and giving the room the feel that someone cared). The included breakfast was complete with many choices and hearty. The attendant at breakfast was on the ball keeping tables clean and the items refreshes as needed. The general manager spoke with us and was pleasant and helpful as was the front desk lady. A stay again for sure place for us.

We needed a clean, safe, attractive hotel for a 1 night stay near North Palm Beach. We found this hotel surfing different sites. We had stayed in the area 3 months ago but this location and value was better. The staff were all friendly. We love all the small details, such as automatic doors at entry. Can't believe when hotels do not have them. The breakfast items were hot and cold and plenty of room for serving.

Nice hotel near north palm beach. I'm not familiar with the area and wanted a hotel near where I was scuba diving for the weekend. I picked this hotel based on other reviews. I tend to read reviews to death before deciding on a hotel or anything really! It's clean, staff is friendly, as far as I can tell it's in a nice area. At no time did I ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable. There's shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel has a good free breakfast. The rooms are basic Best Western fare, not spectacular but definitely not "seedy". Perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip, or whatever really. Room had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave. A/C worked well. Sofa, desk, armoire. Everything I needed. I didn't have a chance to use the pool so I can't comment on that. A few things bothered me but not enough to deduct points .. just thought I'd mention that I could hear activities in the hallway from my room (didn't hear neighboring rooms at all though). Housekeeping is very friendly but sometimes they don't come until later in the afternoon.. I suppose I could have asked for a specific time, but it's not that big of a deal to me when I'm traveling by myself. All in all, I think this was a good choice and I would definitely recommend this and stay here again if I'm down this way.

We stayed in this hotel overnight so we would not have to drive after having dinner with friends. Staff were very helpful in finding a room for us at short notice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Before departing the following morning I had trouble printing some documents on the guest printer however, the receptionist was most helpful and printed them in her office for me. Thank you very much.

no amenities...we were given a handicapped room with no place for toiletries, no sitting chair in room, no table for various travel items, no blanket and when asked about it at desk were told they didnt have any blankets.

We stay here when we are pressed for time while visiting family in the area. The rooms and furnishings are very Best Western. Breakfast is provided. It's nothing to write home about but you can sit outside which is nice. There is a small pleasant pool. Be aware of the draw bridge schedule to avoid being stuck in traffic. Where the place shines though is in how nice the staff is.

I always stay here when I plan scuba dive trips to Riviera / West Palm Beach area. It's always clean, friendly, and nice and only an easy 10 minute drive to Blue Heron Bridge and the marina where my favorite scuba guides keep there boats. Always one of the more affordable hotels in the area without sacrificing quality or security.

Old dingy hotel. Bathroom is filthy.See pic. The website makes it look like a decent hotel. It is not . For another example the curtains in the room would not close. There is a wooden board up in the bathroom. For 50 a nite, fine. But for 180, come on.

This hotel is located in North Palm Beach with easy access to PGA and Northlake Blvd. The hotel has nice spacious rooms with larger corner suites available. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. I use this hotel quite a lot when I am in the Palm Beach area. I like this location and the price is modest for the room.

I stayed for three nights for a business trip. Hotel staff were wonderful, especially Debbie who checked me in and out and arranged for a late check-out so I could go to the beach before heading to the airport. Breakfast was well presented and plenty of choices Only downside was the internet was too slow to stream movies.

Good hotel with nice breakfast, pool and rooms. Our family met there and we used it as a base to visit the area and other family. It was close to metro area and not far from beaches and parks. It had everything we needed.

Great and fast check in and check out.. Very nice guy in the office. Lovely room and comfortable. High end toilitries. Yummy breakfast, but had to go outside to another building to eat, and it was small and crowded while we ate.

For starts our check in process was completely unacceptable. There was a disruption amongst the staff (older woman brown hair & glasses very rude). My fiancé & I left for lunch & was appropriately greeted & checked in by the black gentlemen with the cool haircut. Our room was just "ok" just needed clean towels & sheets. Pool was dirty as well. We began to search for another hotel online but the gentleman at the desk recommended the best shopping & dinner locations to really put a smile on my fiancé face.

Housekeeping didn't happen for us, even though we stayed there for 3 nights and requested it. Bathroom shower had some black worms. Bed had someone else's hair. Towel holder was falling off the wall. Paper and diaper floating in the pool. We related those problems to the staff and nothing was done. Gross. Don't waste your time and money. We left early and didn't bother to get our money back.

Stayed 2 nights with husband & w kids. Very central location - so close to beach & restaurants. Updated interior, nice breakfast spread. Nothing fancy but very comfortable & convenient and a great value for the area. Debbie was very helpful with restaurant suggestions & directions!

Run down old hotel. Ice Maker on 3rd floor doesn't work, Parking Sucks. Had to check out a day earlier than my reservation, and they won't refund my AMEX Card for the day....Not and Honest group of people.

Room are perfect for the price, swimming pool very dirty, breakfast could be better and the fitness room is very basic. I would chose and recommend this hotel again just for business trip. The amenities are very basics.

Had a wonderful experience with this team. Went for a diving trip in the area but bad weather came up. Staff was very good to work with making recommendations for the area and with early check outs. Could not have been more pleased.

The room for one person was Compact in stature but was very Clean and Comfortable. All the major Highways are within a few minutes making it also convenient. The rate was obtained from a major Marketing site which made it over all a very good stay. The only thing is Palm Beach County isn't very big on signs so I suggest you know exactly where you are going because I do believe you will find man "Signs" pointing the way to your favorite Destination.

This hotel has it all, great location, good prices, and beautiful accommodations. The pool area is directly across from the main lobby which is also the area where the breakfast is served. The person that checked us in was warm and friendly. We will definitely stay there again!

Pros: 1.Great location- close to shopping, dine , 2. Great Room service with clean room. 3. Big screen TV with lot of HD channel (Comcast). Cons: 1. Very bad Wifi- The wifi was like wind, good connection for a minute and then no connection. Had to reconnect and change my network adapter every minute to connect back. It really sucks considering the fact this is the 21st century and much less known hotels have better internet connection. I in the end had to use my mobile network as hotspot to do my work on the laptop. 2. Customer service: Never educated me about the breakfast location or time.

Check-in is at 3pm. I arrived shortly after noon hoping to check in. When I walked in, I heard the ladies at the front desk say my name. They were discussing the fact that my room was not available (double queen). As I approached the desk, I let them know that I was the person that they were discussing. They apologized for not having the room that I booked available due to the property being overbooked. They asked if I would take a room with a king bed instead. I agreed because it was not a big deal. Again, check in is at 3pm and I arrived shortly after noon so the room was not ready, it was a non-issue. I walked to a cafe down the street and had lunch (which was horrible, I'll share that experience in another post). The ladies at the front desk were kind enough keep my bags in the back with them while I went to get lunch. When I returned from lunch, my room was still not ready. It was still before 3pm so I didn't care and I decided that I would retrieve my bags and wait in the lobby. I didn't have to wait that long before my room was ready. Debbie apologized profusely but the apology was unnecessary. I was early so I was okay with waiting and I was okay with a king bed room. I booked through AAA and the double queen room was the cheapest so that's why I booked that room in the first place. In all honesty, I would have taken any room. When I arrived in my room, I was pleasantly surprised because I was upgraded to a Windsor suite for my inconvenience. The Windsor suite is a very nice size room. There is a king size bed, two night stands with drawers for storage and outlets on the lamps. There is a sitting bench at the end of the bed with drawers for storage. There is also a chest like closet for storage with drawers. So there is a lot of storage. The TV is 46 inches (I think). It is mounted on the wall. There was a desk so that I could do my work and the love seat in the room doubled as a sleeper. A mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker is also in the room. There are shelves near the mini-appliances for storage as well. The bathroom is a nice size. There is a stand up shower (no tub) with sliding doors. The breakfast option was okay. I've had better and I've had worse so I won't complain. The options are fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, DYI waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots and turkey sausage or bacon, danishes and bread. What I didn't like - The WiFi is spotty. I kept losing connection. The connection was especially bad on the weekend when the occupancy of the hotel was high. The hotel is an older property that has been renovated. My room was nice but I could see some cracks in the ceiling and water damage in the bathroom that had been painted over. The printer in the business center did not work. Finally, I think housekeeping could be a little more meticulous when it comes to cleaning. The room was clean but I did see miscellaneous hair in on the shower head and sink in the bathroom. I also found a goldfish cracker on the floor by the window. Overall, my stay was great. The staff was wonderful, I got a good night's sleep, my room was quiet and breakfast was okay. I didn't have the opportunity to check out the pool or the fitness center. I don't know about the other rooms but the Windsor suite was very nice so if I stay here again, I will be requesting a Windsor suite.

This hotel is a great place to stay! Ruth, Debbie and gentleman at breakfast buffet were great! They were extremely friendly and helpful! My Mother has been having construction at her home, so I needed a place to stay at the last minute. They were very accommodating! The rooms are very quiet and roomy. I also used the gym, which was quiet and equipment in good shape. The lounge chairs at the pool in great condition. Also like the sofas and chairs by the pool to relax in on a pretty evening.

Stayed here thru groupon. Staff was great. We ran late and arrived at 2 am. Called ahead and room was ready for us and they allowed a free late checkout. Bed was super comfortable and we had a nice stay.

The Best Western Plus in Palm Beach Gardens was a great experience. Room was nice and clean and the front desk was courteous and helpful. Location is close to everything and not far from I-95. I will be going back again next time I am in town.

Very nice hotel and easy to find. Good parking facilities and free wifi. Small pool area but nice to hang here for a part of the day. Breakfast area a bit too small. But great service at breakfast. TV and newspapers to keep you updated. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back.

Hotel is not very well maintained. Hallways are in terrible condition, fold out sofa bed all torn apart, very noisy from the street and other adjourning rooms. I wlll find another place to stay on my next visit to North Palm Beach.

I spent three nights here with a deal I purchased on Groupon. I was pleasantly surprised by how really nice this hotel is. Amenities higher priced places don't have like a refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave, and a really large TV. Jeremiah at the front desk was charming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with more choices than average. We left very early two mornings and were given to go bags with fruit and grain bars, water and an apple. I will definitely choose this hotel when I return to the area. Convenient location just minutes from the beach. Thanks for a pleasurable weekend stay!

Located on a quiet stretch of US1, this hotel has spacious, clean rooms, a fitness center, and a pleasant outdoor pool...decent breakfast starts off the day, and the staff are friendly as well...a good choice, especially if you can get a discounted rate.

We were looking for a place close to Miami before our cruise, this was perfect. Good price, clean room, good location and a good breakfast esp. for the price of the hotel.The hotel had a sign stating that all rooms had recently been remodeled, our room llodked great. The only negative for some wold be no tub, shower only and there is not a closet just a chest. We did not have a suite but the king room was large enough for us and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful, comfy and decorated up to date. The pool is warm clean and very inviting, and their breakfast home fries are to die for with lots of onions ( just like I like). Parking is a little difficult so you might want to drop your bags at reception before parking especially if you have lots of bags or smaller children. Staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful ( although the night staff are a little more friendly, go figure that one lol). The guy that runs the breakfast room keeps it so clean you could probably eat off of the tables and he refills everything well before it runs out. He deserves a raise lol. All in all I have no complaints except look around for deals as there are plenty out there that brings this great hotel into the average persons reach.

We spent one night. Very Clean and very nice room as requested. Breakfast bar was excellent and more than we'd hoped. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Groupon! $52 per night, worth it!

PERFECT location - really near everything we need to go and the all suites were a big plus. Conference center location very smart, across the lobby and the breakfast room was huge. Spotty internet, but everything else was perfect

My wife and I travel here to for a get away and some well deserved rest. Entrance to the building had a fowl smell. Check in process was delay med because their systems were down. So we had to wait about 30 minutes to be checked in. The Ac unit our room made weird noises thorough the night. Neighbors were very noisy which didn't bother us so much but there was a dog barking all night. We hardly slept. We couldn't wait to leave.

Checkin was quick ..unfortunately the room given felt damp/sheets were moist and smell was strong .. Returned to front desk and was able to get a much better room .. a Suite.. Pros...large room ..good beds..clean n convenient..two tvs ..large bathroom..mini fridge small eating area..closed one bedroom with livingroom area easy access to I-95 .nice breakfast area with variety of warm foods..good price/value for a short stay Cons..outdated decor....non inviting lobby.....front desk not very helpful...

We stayed for over a week while in town for a baseball tournament. While the hotel itself was average our room was good sized for a lengthy stay and the daily breakfast had a nice selection to start our mornings off. The room doors are thin and so could hear lots of hall noise at times. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of beaches to visit and answering other questions. We were warned by others that the neighborhood is not the best, but we never had any problems with our car, or feeling unsafe coming or going. There is nothing within walking distance to enjoy around the hotel so did need to drive everywhere. We did discover a nice grocery store across the street with a great deli to be able to keep some food in the small refrigerator in the room!

I needed a place to stay for the evening as I was attending meetings in the area so this was the closest. However - the room I was given faced due west and the curtains were opened - so when I checked in at 3:30 the room was overwhelmingly hot. I immediately turned the air down to 62 to try and cool it off. I had to leave for another meeting and mentioned to the front desk staff that the west facing rooms were extremely hot - and they just smiled and said - yes they are this time of year. (kind of thought they would offer to move me). Anyway - returned later that evening around 10 and it was still so hot. Too tired to complain.

I'm not one to be difficult or complain but this hotel was terrible. I am staying here with my boyfriend and small dog. We found a dirty pair of boxers that was not ours on the bathroom floor the first day. The phone was also not working, although it was fixed fairly immediately. I need to work remotely and the promised WiFi was alsp not working. The hotel's business center has 2 computers which freeze quite often although they did have Internet. There's also no privacy for business calls. Given the open nature of the room, I overheard several hotel staff and maintenence workers cleaning and discussing hotel matters. I was extremely alarmed to hear discussion of not only cockroaches but bed bugs as well. Upon alerting the front desk to these issues, I was greeted with ambivalence, rudeness and a complete lack of customer service. They didn't offer a single apology or any solutions to the issues I presented. Think twice before booking here. I certainly won't be coming back.

Definitely the type of hotel I would return to. Aside from the usual amenities offered at most hotels, Best Western provides an above and beyond approach to working with customers that includes giving out ideas on places to visit when in town, directions on how to get around, and whatnot. The location of the hotel is also unmatched, and since safety is a number one priority for me, the location was perfect. Even though I only stayed two days, my experience here was superb; I will definitely be back.

Thought this was a hotel not a motel. These type of places I thought went away in the eighties. This so called hotel truly needs a full renovation, Not just a bunch of pretty bedspreads to try and compensate for a nicer place or make the pictures look nicer online. Also dark place. All the dark walls inside the rooms and the halls just made the place look even more dingy.

Our standard stopover when we arrive from Europe. Every once in a year we find here very nice service and good and claen rooms to stay for a night after arriving and before daparture. Sometimes we regret to have not more days at this place because the pool area looks very inviting, breakfast is good and many shops, restaurants and beaches are nearby.

There are some ongoing renovations due to a flood but other than wi-fi interruptions in rooms(does not affect other areas) and some minor other things, I would prefer to focus on the hotel and its service. Front desk is great,people are friendly and willing to assist.The rooms are fine,beds comfortable and washroom area has enough space to move around in. Pool area is well set up and comfortable to swim or to just hang out in. Kids enjoy it and love spending time in the pool.Breakfast buffet is included, and while small,is sufficient,again,staff there are excellent.However after breakfast there was no other food service. The location is great and there are stores and restaurants within a short walking distance.Overall it was a pleasant stay with an excellent price for PBG.

My son and I came to Palm Beach for a snorkeling and fishing get away. Best Western Plus was the perfect choice for a place to stay. The rooms were clean and odor free. My son especially liked the large flatscreen TV. The hot breakfast was great for two hungry guys… none of those sissy yogurt and fruit continental breakfasts here! This hotel is only 13 minutes from the marina. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. There is also lots of parking.

Renovations, noise and hallways are not clean. My credit card was cloned when I booked online and they deleted my previous review. I still got frauded for 2500$. I hated my experience at this hotel and I don't recommand it.

I stay here under previous owner, very shock to see restaurant and bar closed. I was looking forward to eat and relax and that benefit was removed by the new owners. I will never go back there again, Staff was great!!!!!

Everything was wonderful. I would rate this hotel as one to stay at. Very close to the beach,shopping malls, and other stores. The food is great, great place to have a wedding/reception. All type engagement can be held there. This hotel is also dog friendly.

Great Hotel. Located Central Palm Beach Gardens. Short drive to the beach and shopping. We stayed for a softball tournament and enjoyed it. It was a little farther than some but was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean. Our room A/C didn't work so the hotel upgraded us at no charge. Very Friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

We spent one night in this hotel as we were traveling from Orlando to Miami. It was really a nice place to stay. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable. Staff members were really nice to us even though we were on a pretty late check in. We had a nice breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My husband and I checked into this "motel" for a 6 night stay only to find that there was a flood on one of the floors. We were given a room on the 3rd floor which smelled moldy and musty. The elevator and the entire lobby smelled of mold and mildew. We were going to try to make the best of it until we saw the bathroom shower stall which showed signs of dirt, rust in the shower door tracks, etc. I booked our reservation on Expedia and paid in full. Thankfully, we were able to get 5 nights refund and had to pay for the first night even though we did not stay!! We were able to get another reservation at the Hilton on Singer Island which is a beautiful hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN PALM BEACH GARDENS!!

Wow! This Best Western is awesome. Location is truly awesome for the reason we stayed there. Our accommodation was a Suite! Wow! Truly our home away from home. That's why the choice is clear. Only Best Western will do when we travel.

We were in Florida visiting with friends. The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious and the staff was so accommodating. We enjoyed the continental breakfast on three mornings. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Palm Beach area.

I came here for a getaway with a friend . The room was very nice and the bed was excellent . Room was well equipped with microwave , refrigerator and big screen tv . Pool was small but well cared for . Breakfast was pretty decent as there were enough choices to make most anyone happy . I'd stay here again with no problems .

Largest room in their hotel and it wasn't cleaned properly... Dirt & hair on floors, counters, dishes, and shower... As well as misc. items left by the last guests. We like BW Plus, just not this one.

Stayed here for 8 nights from April 11-19 on a diving trip. The hotel was excellent in all regards. The room (205), single king, was spacious, bed very comfortable, big TV, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, great wireless with good housekeeping staff. Location was great and in close proximity to the Gardens mall, restaurants, Publix, on Route 1, 5 minutes from 95, 17 minutes from City Place. The front desk staff, and Debbie in particular were professional and very responsive to whatever I needed (and I did need helps with faxes, etc.). Laundry on premises was convenient as well. The breakfast was very good and I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to eat outside by the pool. The pool itself, where i spent a lot of time when not diving or shopping, was very nice. Excellent value for the money and I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Had a great time, stayed there for a couple times. The breakfast was the best I'v every had a couple years. Asked what happen to the guy that would scramble up eggs for you. Was told that they where under new management. Breakfast was great but fresh eggs where a lot better. Other than the breakfast change you while probable not found a better hotel for the same money.

This hotel was excellent, the rooms were very nice, the stagf was extremely nice. The manager Debbie was awesome, she went above and beyond. We truly enjoyed our stay, so did our puppy! Would highly recommend... Thank you!

Unfriendly front desk staff--no welcome, no smile, no eye contact. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Beautiful landscaping. Very polite and thorough housekeeping staff. Could not get hot water in lavatories. Excellent location.

It is worth staying at Best Western Plus because you can accumulate points to use for free night's stays. That makes it worth it. A regular Best Western I try to avoid, but the Best Western Plus are generally a good place to stay.

For the Money and the cost of other hotels in area wanting $200-300 a night this was a great deal at $120 night Bed was not bad room clean, We stayed 3 days. Location was great 15 mins to any where very central locations.

Rooms are clean, location is outstanding and staff is always friendly. I've stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Whenever you need something, the front desk staff is always more than happy to help, each and every one of them.

Everything from checking In and Checkout was very on point and painless. Staff was very friendly. If you need somewhere to just get away from it all, this hotel is a great place to start. The landscape was very inviting and clean. Florida Palm trees all around very nice. Inside the hotel was very clean. My wife and I stayed in the Kings Room. Very spacious, very clean, bathroom very clean. You can you see that they take pride in cleanliness as we were very impressed. I think my wife and I have found our getaway destination and won't mind the 1 hr drive. Looking forward to our return and hope we get that same room :-)

Selected this well located BW in PBG based on number of high reviews on TA. Very disappointing experience. Arrival set the tone with an abrupt desk clerk "ID & credit card"; NO greeting, NO acknowledgement of Diamond status, NO conversation, made to feel like an imposition to her day/evening. Room - large, 1 bedroom with obvious poorly repaired dry wall in several areas, shower door almost off rollers on one end accident waiting to happen, air conditioner vent in disrepair, safe received in locked open position. Lovely area in separate building for breakfast, short of silverware, no one cleaned tables from previous guests, hot food not replenished in any timely manner. Location is great close to everything. This could be a gem if they employed professional staff and someone inspected rooms prior to guest arrival. Have traveled a lot on business and for pleasure and was totally taken aback at our experience. The condition of room is far from new as advertised, the employees do not present in any way as professional staff from the abrupt, rude desk clerk "Mary" to the breakfast area. Someone from corporate BW needs to call in "hotel impossible" to fix this situation.

Checked in ...... women at front desk looked like she was ready to go wash her car and acted unprofessional....as if we were bothering her ......AC in room didn't work properly too tired to change room..... dead bolt lock on door didn't work. Room was clean as well as bathroom good to know someone works hard at their job.....thumbs up to house keeping

This property is basically a 2 Star Hotel in my opinion. Pro's: Nice Location for getting around Jupiter and surrounding cities and beaches. Con's: I stayed here based on reviews the rooms were clean, but the carpet was dirty and dirty smudges were on the white doors and white light switches the length of our stay. I paid a lot more for my room than wanted to, but surrounding Hotels were filled. The free breakfast was just ok and we decided to eat out the rest of our stay. The curtains cannot be pulled shut, so the sunlight wakes you up early. Overall the staff was nice, but they just don't have much to work with.

Manager of this hotel doesn't care about their guests and trying to contact corporate was useless. The shower doors fell off and could have injured someone and they didn't fix them for 3 days. Manager didn't bother to contact me and on the 3rd day the front desk acted like it was no big deal. I stayed in the room because they were sold out and couldn't move me but didn't even try and make it right. I'm in hotels 10 months of the year for work and can promise to never stay here again or any other best western for that matter. Customer service was non existant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This has never happened at any hotel I've ever stayed in before.

Room was very clean, and air conditioning worked. No problems with WIFI. The shower was large and tiled, the bed slept well. Equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. We were just staying overnight and it more than met our needs.

Stayed one night while on business in Palm Beach. Initially I thought the hotel would be fine, it was clean and had friendly staff. But the air conditioning in the room was noises and so sleep was difficult. Breakfast was included and it was just ok.

Stayed on short notice. Went for a funeral so was looking for something economical and clean. This place fit the bill perfectly and exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was very accommodating from booking (gave cheaper rates than I could find online) to getting our room ready early after we drove all night to anything else we asked for. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We got a king suite. Living room was very large, had a full kitchen and eating area, large bedroom, large bathroom with double sinks. Corner unit with lots of windows, great crossbreeze. Push button fireplace. And most importantly, it was clean! Facility was nice, quiet, big space outside conference rooms for kids to keep up with homework, hot breakfast, pool is not heated (too cold to swim in February). Juno beach about 15 minutes, nice lake and walking path about 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. However, for the amount of money we paid I expected more quality. For example, our door would not unlock using any of the hotel-provided card keys, so we had to ask someone at the front desk to unlock it for us with their key each time we wanted to enter our room. They did it without complaint, but I would have much preferred a different room or working keys.

Right when I pulled up there were 3 cop cars out front. I don't know what was going on but the kid behind the counter was more concerned with that then checking me in. I had three lamps in my room 2 didn't work. I asked them to come change the bulbs they said they did but still no light.....the sheets had long black hairs and clearly were not mine.

Stayed here for two nights and it was very nice. The price was pretty steep for the quality but no complaints other than that. The location was good and the staff was friendly enough. I would be likely to stay here again if the price was a bit lower or if there is nothing cheaper available.

Stayed for 3 nights because of business trip. Room was clean and modern. Evening front office staff a bit lethargic when I asked for information. Was I bothering him? hotel was within walking distance of restaurants. The overnight manager who assisted me on checkout in the early AM was great! Debbie? Not sure of name.

Nice location. Close to beaches and great restaurants. The hotel rooms are spacious if you request a suite. The rooms show their age but clean. The breakfast is adequate. The pool area is nice but wasn't very warm in January. You can hear the speed bump in the parking lot pop ever time a car drove over it. My wife thought they were gun shots the first time she heard it. The air conditioning was sporadic.

Great hotel and great service. The free breakfast is amazing and the level of service is awesome. They have a separate building for conferences and the accommodations are great. The hotel is centrally located with a gas station across the street and also a Carrabas in walking distance. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Definitely a place to stay!

Our spacious corner room was very clean, firm bed (ask for better pillows), nicely decorated, three windows, separate sofa and TV area, and private foyer. Complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. Complimentary hot breakfast Includes eggs, meats, yogurt, waffles, fruit, coffee, and breads. On warm days eat by the pool. A friendly accommodating hotel staff. Debbie at the front desk was most helpful. The rooms are cleaned promptly in the morning. The hotel is convenient to many areas. One comment - the dark dreary lobby didn't reflect the airiness of the rooms. We thought the wall and ceiling colors in the lobby should definitely be lighter and more in keeping with Palm Beach's shell pastels, but besides that, this is a comfortable property and we would stay again. Across the street Sara's Kitchen has an excellent breakfast and lunch, and Carrabba's Italian, a good lunch and dinner. Waterside fine dining: Seasons 52 and Carmine's, about 10 minutes away. Reserve well ahead..

Way overpriced for what they have to offer you! Needs to be refurbished & grounds need to be spruced up. Curtains in our 1st floor room where shears with no night curtain to close. I could See right in our room from the parking lot! No privacy. Breakfast was good with selection of eggs, sausage etc... But for $200. Plus too much for what you got!

Stayed Sat Jan 17 as part of a car club trip with about 12 other couples. We all really enjoyed it - found it very quiet, clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A perfect night's sleep!

We checked in late at night, and they held our room on a phone call. The grounds and hotel were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Robert at the desk was friendly and helpful- we checked out after one night because our plans changed, not due to the hotel, and he was great, helping us find our next hotel and navigating thru our unexpected check out. We would have loved to stay. Of special note was the breakfast spread offered in the morning, and for 3 hours! The dining room was immaculate and everything was stocked and fresh even though we got there in the last hour. Josiah, the sole employee, never stopped- filling trays, clearing trash, wiping, cleaning, even bussing tables. He was ever-present, pleasant and smiling for the 30+ minutes we lingered over our coffee. We highly recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and a staff that made our brief stay pleasant.

Had an extended 5 night stay in the Palm Suite. We were able to get a great rate, very clean, comfortable, welcoming staff at reception, provided extra towel on request, good breakfast section, good location.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a clean, spacious room in a convenient location at a reasonable price. The pool was warm and clean and the breakfast was plentiful and good.

Best option for the value in North Palm. This is definitely a pet friendly hotel, ok for us, but maybe not for everyone. Room was clean and satisfactory. Best Western Plus is a +. Front desk manager was very helpful and is one of the reasons we would stay again. Pool was nice, clean and surrounded by relaxing outdoor space. The hotel lounge was not open while we were there. It was very convenient to shopping, golf courses and food, walkable distance. Free breakfast included hot options and was a nice variety. Staff kept it clean. They also offer a business center, laundry room and free WiFi. Again, good value. Thanks to the staff for a great ending to a long week of traveling. It was the closest feel to feeling like home I've had all week.

While visiting family on Singer Island, I used to stay at a budget motel to save $$$. For another $30/night the Best Western is a huge upgrade in amenities, cleanliness and value. I stayed in a king suite, tastefully updated with granite tops in the bathroom and nice furnishings throughout. Perfect location at the corner of US-1 and Jack Nicklaus DR., with an easy walk to Publix, Paris In Town and other stores. This is my new 'go-to'place for future trips to the Palm Beach Gardens and Singer Island areas.

Easy to get to, close to restaurants and grocery store, windows that open, good beds all make this a good choice. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, however, we got one of the corner rooms that could be shared with another( great for families) but very small for a couple. This was good for an over night but not for a long stay. I had to put the ironing board in the entrance way using a bathroom plug!

I was upgraded to a Suite and this made my stay unbelievable. I brought my wife and grand daughter. They now have high definition TV. The breakfast is a wide variety of choices. The room was fresh and housekeeping was very thorough.

I picked this hotel for a three day dive trip (Jim Abernathy Scuba Adventures, who gets five stars!) based on the high ratings it had. Not sure where those folks stayed, but it doesn't appear to be the same hotel. My experience began with not only an uncleaned bathroom, but there was still pee and toilet paper in the toilet! Actually, the first tell was the front desk clerk wiping his dripping nose (cold or allergies is irrelevant) on his hand instead of a tissue while in the midst of checking us in. Then handing back to me my credit card and room key with those same hands. To get into the room, they needed to send someone along with us to open because the key swipe machine didn't work. How we were to get back in after retrieving our luggage remains a mystery. After waiting for them to clean the bathroom - vs. simply giving us another room - they gave us only one key card, and we had to go back yet again to the front desk for another, which didn't work requiring another trip to the front desk. All in all, checking in was an absolute fiasco. After our night dive, we came back to the room and showered, only to find mold in the shower stall. And a hole in the bathroom wall. Honestly, if I'd not prepaid for the room, we would have packed up and left right then. Given all of the above - none of which is the slightest exaggeration as these were not opinions but observable facts - if it were the only hotel in town, I would sleep in my car. If there were such a thing as zero stars, this hotel has most definitely earned it. Oh... did I mention it was a first floor room with no screens in the windows? So much for any chance of leaving windows open while we slept.

I moved from NJ to F L in October, and I had to stay in a hotel until I found permanent housing. The entire staff (front desk, management, housing keeping, restaurant-great breakfast) were professional, polite, helpful, and made me feel like family during my two week stay. Even on my last day there were hugs :-). I recommend this hotel as I moved to FL with no family and friends, it was very comforting to know I had a safe, clean, and heartwarming place to lie my head daily.

For our purposes - taking our dog to the beach for a few days - it was perfect. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was very nice and helpful, good breakfast included and for us - 2 adults, a 15 year old and an 85 pound dog- the room was a nice size. The best part for a dog friendly hotel is the floors are tile - so the room looked and smelled clean.

Front desk was friendly/helpful, room was quiet, location worked for me, adequate food and other services nearby, included breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal, juice). Weak points.........Wi-Fi/Internet was a bit hit and miss, breakfast doesn't start until 7:00a.m., pillows weren't comfortable enough.

Staff and facilities are very good and represent good value for your money. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. affront desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast room is in another building and a full buffet breakfast which is include in the rate.

Stayed for business. This hotel was remodeled last year and it looks great. Very clean and well kept. Great location with lots of food and fun close by. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. I will be back. I hope they keep the price down. It was worth it, but there is a lot of competition if they decide to raise the rates.

Check in was helpful but a bit shambolic as the hotel hadn't received the booking from amomo. They believed my story and allocated a room and said they would sort out any problem after. I produced all the evidence and the problem wasfinally resolved. The hotel was average for the price paiod.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels in this price range I have every stayed in. The rooms, the staff and the breakfast are above and beyond what you would expect. The hotel is exceptionally clean. I will use this hotel everytime I am in the area.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and roomy for a family. The breakfast offers something for everyone even a picky child. The fireplace by the pool for family get togethers on a chilly evening is a wonderful touch.

I was very impressed with this hotel. My room was very nice and comfortable. It had all the amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel was chosen by one of my Corvette Club members as a weekend trip for the club. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations.

This hotel has an unfriendly, unaccommodating staff. No one looks like they want to be there. There usually is only one person at the desk, so don't think they will go too much out of their way to help you, especially if it requires bringing something to your room or leaving the desk. And the one person you should be able to talk to if you have any problems, the manager, is the most unfriendly, unsympathetic of all!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pet room was ceramic tile floor that can be mopped so you know it's clean. The hotel has a nice pool and a good, hot breakfast. It's close to the beach and easy acess to the highway.

West Palm Beach can be a very pricey town for hotels. Because of this beautiful location and it's beaches and its close to attractions it's a great place to visit. So finding a fairly priced nice hotel is very important. This best Western is centrally located close to the beaches and fairly priced with a terrific staff. The rooms are nice the pool is terrific and they have all the amenities that you would expect Enjoy.

We often visit this area, because our son and his family live there. We decided to try this Best Western PLUS hotel, because it is the closest on to their home. and it is very reasonably priced for this area. We were very happy with the size of our room and the price.

For two nights was a good stay. Good location. The breakfast in the hotel was nice, the food was good and the employees are excellent . In special Felix was very friendly with us. In general the hotel was good and nice.

Best Western hotels are individually owned. The manager here at this hotel is terrible. I called within 44 hours to cancel my room and apparently was short 4 hours and they still charged my card the fee. There was a huge baseball tournament that weekend and all the hotels in the area were booked solid full so there would have been no problem renting my room out in which I am sure they did because I called the next day and of course they were full. The manager does not speak good English either.

Stayed at the Palm Beach Gardens Best Western for 6 nights while attending a conference at a near by hotel. My nightly costs were $25.00 below the other "Host" hotel, and conference location. Desk Clerk Debbie is a jewel that made my stay there very enjoyable. Was not impressed with the breakfast offerings especially since I could not eat pastries or other bread items.

Over hear from the UK, working for a week. The room is a double, spacious and clean large walk in shower. Large comfortable, clean bed, there is a nice pool and terrace with seating outside, buffet breakfast is very good with enough choices to suit all tastes, WiFi is free and fast enough to send this review. I will recommend the our company use it again, thanks to staff

The front desk manager was wonderful and very accommodating. Our room type wasn't ready so she offered us another type at no additional charge so we could check in and relax. Very friendly, answered all our questions and provided directions. We felt very welcome. The rooms, grounds and public places were very clean. Very comfortable beds. This was a great stay and if we are back in the are would choose again.

My visit in October 2015... The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. The only problem,it was a bit far from where I needed to be, but that was my own doing. There is a mall near by and a real nice(and clean)Publix grocery store in the area.

The main entrance and elevator of this hotel were outdated and dark. However, the room was beautifully updated and clean. The complimentary breakfast bar had a decent selection of items. There was some street noise, but once I turned on the air conditioner I could no longer hear noises from outside.

My husband and I have stayed here 3 years in a row. Very friendly staff. The ladies at the desk are helpful finding places to eat, places to get supplies and are always accomodating. We are avid scuba divers and they have no problem helping us with extra towels. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when we head down that way. Worth the drive in either direction for diving.

On a recent trip to the North Palm Beach area I had the pleasure of staying with my clients at the Best Western Plus in Palm Beach Gardens. The room was great, just what I needed, hotel staff pleasant and attentive and the morning breakfast varied and hearty per your requirements. In the evenings the newly reopened lounge/bar was a superb alternative to the many local watering holes within walking distance or a short drive. The bar manager Carl was the epitome of hospitality attending to my every request. I was especially impressed with his handling of a large group who had traveled to the area for remembrance and funeral services for a loved one. Under Carl's careful and attentive guidance I expect this hotel amenities to reap great rewards for the Best Western Plus Windsor Gardens Hotel & Suites & Conference Center.

I had a meeting at this Best Western Plus with 30 Travel Agents. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, food was fabulous, location is the best and Valerie and Francisco (General Mgr) were so accommodating, helpful and pleasant. We did a tour of the hotel and rooms and they are fabulous, especially the apartment. This hotel is close to beach, golf, baseball stadium, restaurants. What more do you need?

Quiet hotel, nice room, received upgrade at no charge with a sitting area. Very nice room with a large shower. I did not mind not having a shower. Large TV and sanitized remote control. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a quiet, very well maintained property with all the expected amenities and more, at a great value. The included breakfast was much better than average with an attentive staff. The location is convenient to anywhere from Jupitor, Palm Beach Gardens, south to North Palm Beach.
