Clean rooms, good breakfast, gluten free options for breakfast. Quite rooms and hotel. They also have a great view of the lake Powell and dam. Tours can pick you up at hotel and drop you off. The spa was also working but we didn't use.

We travelled from Idaho to Page via highway 89. The hotel was easy to find and well situated for other amenities. The building is well maintained and features a nice view from the pool deck and lobby.

(Pros)The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is well laid out and has a very nice variety of foods. (Cons) You have to pay for early check in or to hold your luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary of the experience: dirty hotel with unfriendly personal. We trust BW as a good chain and will often go to one of their hotels. Here though the personal never has a smile, they do not even stop watching their screen if you speak to them. We wanted to change our room with one with a view, of course paying the difference, but were told there was none available. In Booking there were still some available though, but there was no point in discussing further, the lady was already doing some other business. Same unfriendliness with the breakfast personal, what a pity. The hotel is also not well kept; the bathroom of our room was very dirty and we had to ask for the roomkeeping to come; floors and other surfaces were also not clean.

Dear Jedimlzar, I am sorry you were not able to be upgraded into one of our view side rooms. Our view side rooms are very popular and are often booked far in advance. It is also being sold at an upcharge, so there is no reason why our desk staff would not upgrade you had there been availability. They have done it for others all tourist season long. I know it can be dissappointing when you don't receive the change request you wanted. Nonetheless, I hope you got to enjoy the spectacular view from our lobby, our lobby veranda, pool and hot tub decks, and from our breakfast room. Thank you.

Wanted to reschedule by 2 days at last minute, due to accident of dependent elderly friend. Called a few hours after the 4 pm “deadline” the day before, to try to reschedule without penalty. Did NOT ask to cancel, only reschedule. “Management” refused. I travel often, but will not be using BW in the future.

Dear jimb03016MB: I am sorry for your experience. Rescheduling is not as simple as you may think. Room availability. Room type availability. Room rate changes based on availability all can come into play factors. Please make sure to understand cancellation policies prior to booking and be willing to be accountable for what you agreed to. Cancellation policies are not optional, it's a contractual agreement, sorry your request was denied.

Two queen beds god pc desk and chair. Fabulous outlook and well equipped with coffee/ tea machine and microwave oven. Spacious and quiet. Good place to rest when touring- right beside antilope canyon And horseshoe bend of Grand Canyon. It was great to warm our own chicken for dinner to save a bit as eating out is v expensive in USA !

These hotel is super old, rooms are outdated. At 4:05pm they stated rooms were not ready. We asked for a refund and suddenly rooms were good. We had two rooms and one we had to have our sheets changed again (stained). I would never recommend this hotel. There was no outdoor heater nor fireplace, could not even enjoy outdoors.

I had a small issue that could have been quickly resolved however it has turned into a huge ordeal. This owner/manager is terrible just read the responses on the other reviews to see. There are better hotels in the area, avoid this one.

4/11I Room 202 . at 6/7:pm i claimed that the bathtub drain was plugged . ITS 10.30 pm and Justine came two times foto maintenance with no results. Justo e checked that AND Will talk wih Natalie tommorow. AND Water is still. this Is very dirt and not confortable I have photos 5 am 2 incves ofwater still there. Dissapiinting

You posted to the wrong hotel. You are staying at the other Best Western hotel in Page. Our hotel does not have bath tubs. We only have glass showers in guest rooms. We also do not have any employees with the names you provided. Please correct your posting hotel location. Thank you.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. View from the hotel was very nice. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the dam. Stayed here for two nights and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Page Arizona.

Great value! Breakfast was pretty good and the view was really nice!! They were accommodating as well- it seemed like staff was somewhat overwhelmed, but not uncommon these days. Check in was at 4 pm and the line was long- but staff was efficient

I was not impressed by hotel service personal, not feel being welcome. Cleaning ness was the big issue for me. No cleaning room during stay. i mean I stay 3 nights. The air conditioning/ heater was turned off the whole time bacause it blown dust and I couldn't breathe.

We do not offer the service to limit contact in guest quarters since the threat of CoVID still is around. We appreciate your understanding. We value our guest health safety.

Firstly, to be clear there's no view of lake Powell! The room was fine, exactly what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. The place was understaffed so the poor lady on reception was getting it in the neck when we arrived and she was understandably upset. My issue with this place was the use of disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast. Why?!!! Not only is that stuff horrible to use it's terrible for the environment. There's no need and should be rectified asap.

Thank you for your feedback. To answer your question, the American Southwest is in a severe 20 year drought. Lake Powell is only at 30% of its capacity and is at risk of being shut down as it is a man-made reservoir with a dam to generate power for Western U.S. This is the reason, you are not able to see the grandeur of Lake Powell from the hotel, but hopefully, you saw Glen Canyon Dam and enjoyed the panoramic view that is equally breathtaking from the hotel. The hotel uses disposable plates and cutlery because there is a water shortage. Porcelain plates and silver cutleries require dishwasher use. In addition to immense use of electricity, dishwasher drains fresh water supply and discharges immense amount of chemicals that pollutes water supply. It is the dirty secret that people don't think about it. Thank you for your feedback.

My daughters and I were on a Mother/Daughter trip to the slot Canyons. The person who checked us in recommended a great Mexican restaurant and Falene took really good care of us at breakfast. The hotel was clean, great spaces to hang out and nice views. Will stay there again if we go back.

This is the older Best Western. A newer one is across the street. You can have a nice view if your room is in the back. We didn't know. The hotel was completely booked so we looked at a parking lot. For one night it was fine.

There are two Best Westerns next to each other in Page. I have stayed at both and both are very good. The rooms are better at one but the views are better at the other. They have a nice sitting area with the best views for watching the sunset.

Hotel is decent, great view and included breakfast. My only complaint is maintenance issues. Luggage cart was broke, AC's are loud and fridge froze. Located in a convenient area. Good parking. Balcony is great

Beautiful setting—Awful staffing The feel of the place is that of the smaller yet better located Best Western next to the bigger, newer Best Western Plus; in the same parking lot really. When we pulled in, this smaller “RimView” Best Western looked like a trashy no tell/motel where people appeared to be living. From the parking lot I could see into the open screened rooms with furniture moved around to allow the curtains and plastic shades to air in the wind. Surely this wasn't our hotel? Oh….., it is? Heh heh. No early check ins No housekeeping—at all Garbage bags and towels are COUNTED OUT TO YOU No friendly staff to be found Now in all fairness, the few housekeeping staff I'd seen were overworked young women; they get tips always. We stayed for 4 nights as we took day trips and stayed centrally in Page. When Reception staff completed their chatting, we were told NO EARLY CHECK IN EVEN THOUGH YOU DO SEE MANY EMPTY ROOMS. Except for staffing problems this hotel is on a very beautiful bluff overlooking Lake Powell and surrounding Page, AZ. The outdoor 2nd floor open patio is gorgeous at dusk. The very small but refreshing pool gets the wind that sweeps through the hotel. The potential of this hotel is amazing but right now I'm not sure I'd stay here again. There is something to be said for friendly staff.

Dear Sandra, I am sorry we were not the right hotel for you. Our hotel is very popular, so when you see empty rooms from the windows, those rooms may either be vacant, but not yet cleaned or vacant, but reserved or occupied. We "air out" our room from any previous guest lingering body odor after every check out. Housekeeping doesn't service stay over rooms unless requested to limit contacts in sleeping quarters (CoVID is still among us). We count towels to make sure the correct number of towels requested is given, so guests don't need to make dubious trips (don't you just hate it when you realize you were given the incorrect order after you leave a fast food drive-tru?). Our check-in time that you agreed to at time of reservation is 4 p.m. We do realize you may not realize the nuances to operate a hotel, so we are glad you enjoyed our beautiful location and view. We are always finding ways to improve, so we thank you for your comments. We wish you well.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had an enjoyable stay. The beds were confortable and our view the dam and it's landscape was beautiful. The breakfast hostess and staff greeted us each morning with friendly smiles and seemed to enjoy their work. Breakfast was good each day.

We stayed here after a long drive from Monticello UT. Check in was easy- very busy spot! Lots of People coming in between 4-6 pm but staff were unphased. Beautiful sunset view from the pool area. Room was clean and comfortable although the ac didn't work great, it was thankfully not very hot out that day/night. Buffet breakfast (included) was very good- plentiful and lots of selection. Great way to fuel up for a long day of hiking ahead. Staff were pleasant, but a bit stand off ish and seemed to have some Covid anxiety. Nonetheless, they ran a tight operation. Overall, would recommend! Great price and great value. Close to Page amenities.

Rude and poor service. They will only clean your room if you ask a housekeeper. Rude woman at the front desk. You have to count your used towels when YOU exchange them for fresh towels. They even made me specify how many small garbage bags I needed (to do their work). They act like you're going to steal towels or trash bags.

Dear Carol Schulz: I am sorry for your experience. However, I believe your review is from misunderstanding and unmet discount demands from you. You asked for $20 off per night even though housekeeping service is provided when requested. I have checked our records, you had signed the hotel disclosure at check-in that you understood there is no housekeeping service during your multi night stay at the hotel. This limited housekeeping policy is still a common practice at most hotels to limit contact points within guest rooms during the age of Co-VID. We offer fresh linen and waste bucket liner replenishment. You were asked how many towels and liners you needed and to bring back the soiled linens. I think you got overly sensitive. We have not had problems with other guests on this before. You then proceeded to want a discount from the limited housekeeping service claiming you were doing housekeeping work for the hotel. When the desk clerk denied your request, you became upset. You then asked them to ask management for the discount. These requests were denied, hence the review. We wish you well.

I loved this Hotel! We had a third floor two Queen room that overlooked the lake. It was spacious and clean. I LOVED the balconies that this Hotel had with comfy couches that you could lounge and enjoy the expansive views of Page. The pool was cold but the hot tub was nice! I was just pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this hotel. The lounge room was beautiful and they had ice water and coffee available at all times. Just a nice addition. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone visiting Page, AZ.

The views from the hotel are great. The rooms are very nice. Love their patio where you can sit and look at the scenery and relax. Convenient location to everything in Page. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Beds were old and saggy and one had a big hole in middle plus being saggy on ends. Beds we so bad after second night there I could not walk in the morning because of my back in that horrible saggy bed. Husbands was just as bad. Breakfast was just mediocre at best. We went out to eat after first breakfast. Front desk staff not helpful at all! So many more motels in Page much nicer to choose. Surprised as we expected better standards from a Best Western!!! Do not stay here!!!

Place was good for a day's stay. Great breakfast, has several options. Importantly it was only minutes away from horse show bend and lower antelope canyons. View was good from the hotel. Would recommend.

I would to talk about the BW + OUR rooms were clean bedding was comfy. The room offered TV running local channel history of Carl Hayden Dam. Plus plenty of channels and with air conditioner that kept the room cool. As for the room to offered the updated walk-in shower very nice!! The morning offer FULL-Breakfast and Great STAFF+ named FALENE, CALLISTA, TASHA!! They are a Super Kitchen Staff +++++ I noticed and seen (wanted to mention) the Pool staff! They cleaned and maintained the pool's water quality as cleaned and test the PH levels. The balcony both upper and lower had great views. The breakfast balcony view was very pleasant to eat on! I would go back! The peoples' at the hotel were great+ I noticed many peoples' from foreign county stayed. I said to hello to ALL!

So...outside of Asia I have never experienced such deplorable conditions than this hotel. It started with a VERY unfriendly receptionist with very little to offer about what to do before "checkin" time. Then we changed in a very seedy bathroom near the pool and attempted to hot tub because my back was sore. I HAVE a hot tub and I know what it shoud look like...the minute I saw the "scum" on the top I knew it was not going to be good and when the jets were on the foam was brown!!! YUK!!!! Got in the pool instead and it was literally "cold" water. When we finally get to our room...I did not like that there were no rugs. The walls were this dingy shade of "mustard" on a very old fashioned textured wall...it was dark and depressing. The room was HOT so we cranked up the already "noisey" air conditioner and it never really did the trick...so we were disturbed by the sound and sleeping in a hot room. Sleeping? Hard to do on a marshmellow bed that you had to climb in and out of. AND the pillows were hard. In the morning we went down to the continental breakfast and it was deplorable. There was nothing that did not come out of a can or was defrosted. Their idea of fruit for your breakfast was pre-made pie filling dumped out of a can...another YUK!!! So we decided to leave and go to the Mariott Courtyard down the road which looked lovely. When I checked out, they were not even curious as to WHY we were leaving when we had reservations for 3 nights and the one night's stay was $250 ....not the $175 advertised. We checked into the Mariott and finished our time in Page, Arizona, in a friendly, clean, gorgeous, luxurious, comfortable environment and the breakfast the next morning was "over the top" delicious!!! The price of the Mariott was the same as that "hole in the wall" Best Western... I am an experience traveler and I was amazed that I had been dupped like this. I am writing this to hopefully save anyone I can from a similar horrible experience. Go to the Mariot where you will see my "glowing" review and stay there.

This hotel was awful!!! None of the staff was friendly or willing to explain anything! We planned to stay for two nights, but due to the awful experience and the fact that Page doesn't really have much to offer to tourists (we went to the lower antelope and to kayaks in lake Powell - but after four hours in total we finished everything), we checked out early (no one in the hotel asked us why..), of course we paid for the extra night.. We got two rooms, which were dirty, the toilet was super dirty, not enough towels, they take 10 dollars per luggage for storage, they apologize in the entrance for not having available staff for cleaning the rooms, they don't have laundry, the breakfast had dry not fresh food!

Dear Noah G: I am sorry to hear you did not find enough activities and interests in Page to stay 2 nights. I did not find your name under Noah G as a guest at our hotel; however, I would like to guess that you most likely made a 2 night non refundable reservation for a lower multi night rate at our hotel. You probably wanted to get a refund for a 2nd night because you wanted to cut your stay short. The hotel desk most likely informed you would still be responsible for the 2nd night and you got frustrated, because you wanted to be the exception to the rule and that it was the hotel's responsibility to know it wasn't your fault that you are bored with the town and that it should let you out of your booking agreement. In not doing so, desk is now rude and the hotel is now awful, and you feel you need to let the whole world know that it is not your fault and that you should not take accountability for your decision to buy a prepaid non refundable 2 night stay. We are sorry Page area is not the right town for you. Many guests find the area to be beautiful offering a variety of hiking opportunities and welcomes the quiet solitude and reconnection with nature. In the future, please book 1 night stay. You can always add a 2nd night to allow changes in travel plan. We wish you well and good luck. Thank you.

My husband and I were on the second leg of our tour of the west when we stayed at Best Western View of Lake Powell. My biggest compliment is the amazing breakfast and wonderful staff who run it: Tasha, Yvonne, Callista, and Falene. They were so helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was incredible. Not just the usual cereal and bagels. They have a pancake machine, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, yogurt, and much more. The hotel does have a great view, and you can see the bridge over the river, but I couldn't really see the water from the lake. Not a problem, just thought it was funny that the name was view of Lake Powell. The staff was amazing, rooms clean. I'd stay again.

Thank you for staying with us. There is a severe drought in the America west for the best decade. The drought has now impacted Lake Powell Resevoir. You can still see Glen Canyon Dam from the hotel, but Lake Powell is now so low it is jeopardizing the hydro electric power plant. You can learn more about climate change by doing online search. We are happy you enjoyed the panoramic view from the hotel. Thank you and please come again.

It's nice to see the hotelmanager is replying on tripadvisor. Would even be better if he/she was actually visable and/or helping frontdesk staff. It's complete mayhem. Rows of overtired guests that have to wait 1,5 hour or more because the cleaning is understaffed. I appreciate it's difficult to find people but this is not acceptable… and try to teach your employees what corperate customers are. Send somebody in the lobby to offer the long waiting and overtired guest s something to drink. And please when replying to this message, just don't come with lame excuses, just deal with the problems!

I would like to offer you a manager position matching your current salary to work with a 2 year contract thus giving you ample time to achieve your ideal staffing and service standards. The term is if you are not able to meet the ideal metrics nor able to fullfill your 2 year contract period, you would payback a 1.5 times contract penalty. Please reply here if agreeable and I will contact you to begin your awesome hotel operation career in Page, AZ. However, to address your comments regarding hiring someone to serve beverages in the lobby, our lobby has a complimentary beverage bar for guests to self serve. We are a limited hotel and not a full service hotel. Our rates also reflects it. Additionally, as a hint to a future hotelier (that would be you), we are not a corporate hotel. We are a leisure hotel. We do not cater to people travelling on business. We cater to family travelers. Thank you. I look forward to having you join our team.

Dear Jonas L: I am sorry your late check out and early check-in requests were not approved. Our published check-in time is 4pm and our published check-out time is 11am. You agreed to those terms when you booked your reservation. To ask you to follow your agreed terms does not mean the hotel front desk was being rude. Our housekeepers have many rooms to clean per day to meet a timeline schedule of new guest check-ins by 4pm. If you were given a late check-out, it would mean someone else after you will not be getting their room on time. Hopefully, this answers your question. The reason you were told no was beyond "just you". Thank you.

It is a reasonably priced hotel for holiday makers visiting Glen Canyon and Antelope Canyon. I like it that breakfast is included and also coffee available freely at the lobby. Staff were always polite and cheerful.

Dear Tai Dinh, I am very sorry for your experience. Our hotel has 3 floors. The 2nd floor is the lobby level with direct parking access. The 1st floor is our ground floor. All 3 levels has elevator access. Your reservation was for a non view side room. Our view side room is very popular and there is an upgrade charge. I apologize the hotel was not able to provide you with a free upgrade and it could have been explained better to you. In the future, please reserve for a view side room if it is very important to you. We value your stay with us. Please come again and stay in one of our view side rooms.

We stay at Best Westerns regularly. Pay a bit more and stay across the street. Staff was hostile, breakfast was not very good and internet service non-existent. The room was more or less clean but needed major updates.

The current labor shortage in the service industry is difficult for service businesses as well as for customers. When it's busy, our expedited service and longer wait does not intend to make you feel disrespected. We ask for your understanding and kindness. As you are aware, Page, Arizona is located in a remote area. We are 350 miles from any big cities, so the area does not offer broadband fiber optics line. This is a challenge for many rural communities. It impacts local people as well with our work, entertainment, and remote learning. It is called the digital divide in America. Please contact congress and let them know your personal Internet experience and you believe in equal quality access for all communities. Thank you and we wish you well.

The hotel is not clean and needs updated. The carpeting is very dirty. The view is pretty, but you cannot see Lake Powell. The location is nice, the breakfast was basic, but well stocked. I would not recommend this hotel.

This best western is very nice. The people at the front desk were very helpful. They have an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. We asked front desk for dinner recommendations and we received a piece of paper with a list to choose from. We chose dam grill and bar. Very good food & classy bar,not a tavern. We had a beautiful view of lake Powell dam. Just a heads up there are 2 best westerns in Page. This one is super nice with beautiful views so I recommend staying here.

Pros Cheap Generous breakfast with plenty of choice Cons The rooms obviously hadn't been fully cleaned. The most important areas like the bathroom looked to be clean but there was a heavy layer of dust on the sideboard, fittings and desk. I don't expect these to be deep cleaned after every guest but this must have been weeks worth. To be fair to the hotel, we didn't mention this at the time as I couldn't be bothered to move all our stuff but not great during COVID times!

I stayed here on a 9 day trip to Arizona. Page is one of the best places for things to see in Arizona. This hotel added to the incredible scenery. I spent 2 night here and saw all the main sights. Antelope canyon, Horseshoe bend, the dam,lees ferry, Navajo Bridge, and parts of Glen canyon. This hotel added to the splendor. The view from balcony is nice, the rooms are suitable, but the staff is what makes this place, everyone of them in all departments. The included breakfast is way above most hotels breakfast spread. I was impressed. This hotel is also centrally located to all sights. Stay nowhere else while in page. I pd like 85 a night. Well worth it! Hats off again to this hotel and staff

This was an OK stop before we headed to the Grand Canyon. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the only reason for an average rating. We were in a downstairs room and the ceiling was not insulated. We were kept up by the noisy upstairs family doing laps in the unit above mostly all night long until they checked out in the early morning. The shower was difficult to stand flat on, and slippery creating a potentially hazard for anyone with balance issues. Both issues were communicated to the property, insuring that they knew that the staff we encountered was great; however the property could use a little more TLC.

Booked rooms months ago asking for something on an upper floor. Of course once I got there there wasn't anything- but was a time of booking. Put on 1st floor in a handicapped person room. Felt like my reservation wasn't even looked T. Asked about and was told by a put off front desk person that there were no king rooms on upper floors?! Wow never heard of that. I have not had much luck with this chain. I won't be staying at a Best Western ever again. But the view was spectacular!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this motel. They were always there to answer questions, especially Tina and Falene. They provided little extras to us that make this location above and beyond other motels we have stay'd in.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in April 2022. Although you can no longer see the water in Lake Powell, the view of the cliffs/hills is beautiful. Sunsets were impressive. Hotel staff were all friendly, especially the staff at breakfast. Breakfast included hot, fresh scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. There was also someone there to make pancakes by request. One of the best hotel breakfasts since covid started. Another bonus was being able to open the window for the nice breeze to come in. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Visited Page for the first time and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in room 237, which had views over the hillside toward the Glen Canyon Dam. The room was comfortable and clean, staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a decent continental breakfast with specialty oatmeal and pancakes as well as other breakfast staples. Great location, is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Lake Powell, 15 minute drive to Horseshoe Bend, 15 minutes to Antelope canyon and close to several restaurants options. Everything smelled of bleach, so seemed clean. The smell of bleach was a little strong, but you get use to it. If your coming back to the hotel later in the evening parking can be a little tough.

I'm very disappointed with this hotel who denied a refund for our room when we got Covid. They probably could of booked the room in the time it took to get a reply. We are planning to rebook our trip but will choose another hotel chain. We also had to cancel a Radisson Hotel who never hesitated to agree to refund.

I am sorry for any misunderstanding you may have had. Best Western Hotels along with most hotel chains and 3rd party booking sites have ended its free cancellation policy due to Covid reasons since March 2021. By now, most people know booking risks, so for those who wants the ensure a refund, they would either need to book a non restrictive rate or buy travel insurance. You should not expect to book at a discounted restricted rates and expect the benefits of a free cancel. Please do not book at the lowest rate available with restrictions if you want the flexibility of last minute cancellation. Thank you.

The pool is closed I'm very disappointed. After hiking a long day in the canyon and going out to horseshoe Bend I wanted to cool off in a pool but it is closed. Other than that this is a comfortable big room. The view is weird I thought I would see a view of the lake which is indicative of the name of this hotel but I see no water outside my window

I am sorry you were disappointed by the pool not being open during your stay. Our pool is advertised as "seasonal" and is typically open between Memorial Day weekend through Halloween. The pool is now open with our year around hot tub. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy our hot tub. Thank you.

Great spot to land for 1 night. Needed a few upgrades in the room but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was very well kept and clean. There was a lot to do nearby as well.

Had a great stay at this hotel from start to finish. The service was great and very helpful with directions and recommendations to local attractions. The view is amazing at sunset and sunrise. The hot breakfast included was delicious with great service. Pedro, Falene and Callista should be recognized for their wonderful service they provided. 12/10 would stay again!

The reception ladies were superb. They wore masks as they are protecting us and themselves. Very courteous and efficient. The room is very clean: the beds, bathroom the non-carpet floor, parquet like (easy to clean and disinfect) is a plus. All is very good condition. They have free coffee in the room (Keurig machine). The TV is big and the desk has two levels. The WIFI is strong and did not disconnect overnight. The breakfast is decent with the usual (Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes,, oranges yoghurt, etc) . The breakfast area has a terrace overlooking the desert. Overall a great value.

Booked a room with a "lake view". Arrived and had a view of a tree and road. No lake. Asked at the front desk to reimburse me for the upgrade fee for the lake view. Receptionist said she couldn't do that and to email corporate. Not sure why there isn't a lake to see but if there isn't water due to drought, don't advertise a lake view. I am not sure the reason but am guessing that may be it. Room had a very odd window between the bathroom and sleeping area. Not sure of its purpose but what I can tell you is that when someone gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the minute they turn on the bathroom light, it shines directly into the room where everyone is sleeping. Woke everyone up. We then had to use the flashlight on our phone to use the bathroom. At least put a curtain on this failed out of place window. Only good thing was the breakfast, hence the two stars.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that there is a severe drought in the area. The drought news is well known and documented. The hotel and many of our other guests openly share this news including showing pictures of the disappearing Lake Powell on many platforms including this one. We are sorry the drought impacted your viewing pleasure. We hope the drought will end soon and that the man-made reservoir level will be raised again. Meanwhile, we hope you were able to enjoy the panoramic desert landscape that can be beautifully viewed from the hotel. The vastness of layered landscaped buttes and mesas are dramatic witness to God's work. Many believes its spectacularity dwarfs the man-made Lake Powell. We hope to see you again.

The view rooms at this hotel are worth the additional cost. There are also views from the pool area, breakfast patio and lobby patio. Breakfast was great with many options. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute drive to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The staff were amazing and very friendly. We would stay here again!

We were greeted upon checkin in a very lackluster manner. Not impressed for an Elite Membership. When we got to the room, the top cover had a dirty spot on it and we requested another which came about an hour later. The breakfast was very good and the folks providing that service were exceptional. We liked the hard wood composite floors and the rooms were clean. The hot water did not work on Day 2 so no hot showers. Although they were busy as hell, this was the poorest BW experience we have had a quite awhile.

Check in staff is slow and rude. They gave us a room the did not have privacy out of the window making it irrelevant that there was a view. They do not clean the room unless specifically asked and are rude about it. Breakfast is okay. Noise from kids running around upstairs until late. Most lasting memory was just how incredibly rude the check in staff/front desk was on three separate occasions.

During age of Pandemic, the hotel protocol is to give our guests the option to service their room during their multi night stays, because not everyone feels comfortable to have staff enter their living quarters. In your case, you did request service; however you had personal belongings all over the beds. Our cleaning staff are trained to not touch or move personal items, because some people do not like others touching or moving their personal belongings. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Always a great sign when you can not check in early due to “ we are cleaning the rooms” and when you get the call and your room is ready, walk in to hotel and room and you can smell how fresh and clean the hotel is!! Very nice place. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent and far better than many other hotels. I really appreciated that. Reason for the 4 stars was the air conditioner/heater. Unfortunately it made a variety of noises which made sleeping a little difficult. Despite that, i would still stay there again.

Loved having breakfast included in the room price. Good selection of items and fresh fruit. The front desk was very accommodating. Had to postpone a previous trip due to Covid restriction, getting refunded by all hotels along the way except this one who issued me a voucher. Had to call to book again and got told voucher would apply, even though it would then expire just before the actual stay because it was valid at the time I called. During our actual stay, management refused to apply the voucher because it had expired and charged the employee who had applied it in their system. Also, swimming pool was closed and hot tub was disgustingly dirty.

Dear Mr. Baptiste, I am so sorry your friend, Mr. Cornuejols was not able to apply his pandemic credit and resulted to your biased review.. The voucher he tried to redeem states it is good until March 19, 2022. The voucher was good for 2 years. Your group's reservation was for April 22, 2022. It is also the day Mr. Cornuejols tried to redeem the voucher. When he made your group's reservation for April 22, 2022, He should have known or checked voucher expiration date. If he was unsure whether the hotel would honor an expired voucher, he should have contacted the hotel. He did neither, but to take a chance and unfortunately, he (and apparently you as well) got disappointed. Expiration date is a contractual term and should be taken seriously. When terms are not met, there are consequences to live up to. I am sorry your friend missed his timeline; however, the hotel is not the one to blame. Please hold your friend accountable to pay attention to his future contractual terms to avoid disappointments. Thank you for speaking up for your friend. We understand you value your friendship with him.

The hotel is located near restaurants and has a great view from its deck. We enjoyed our rooms, and the hot breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. It was a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

We asked multiple times for a shared room with a door inbetween but the tv stand was so long that it blocked the joined doors and we were unable to open it. Also the front desk staff were rude and the manager was not a available. Also I was give a business card with the wrong contact information when I asked to speak with the manager about my complaint.

We had one night stay, enjoyed spa pool , breakfast in the morning and service was great. The Resturant's are very near by, The shopping center including Walmart is close by. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend based on our experience

This is a very central location in Page, close to many restaurants. It has a stunning view of Lake Powell. The beds were comfy, pillows a little too poofy for my taste. Good breakfast. Very clean. Somewhat noisy but everyone settled down pretty early.

We are on a family road trip and not looking for anything fancy and when we arrived the Hotel looked a bit older but clean. First night was ok. Second night was a nightmare. The walls are so thin in this hotel that you can hear people sneezing in the next room. They must know because they put up signs to be quiet after 10pm. The kids went to sleep and we were watching TV when the people next to us came back to their room around 10:30 and made so much noise the kids woke up. My husband yelled for them to be quiet but it took an additional few times for them to shut up. We all finally settle back down and more people come back and are even louder in the hall. It went south from there and the loudest person claimed to be the night manager. It totally ruined our day and made us exhausted for our planned excursions the next day. I would only recommend this place as a last resort or for people who can sleep with a lot of noise.

Sometimes, direct confrontations may upset neighbors and can escalate and worsen the problem between neighbors, such as it did in your case. We are sorry for your experience.

With our adult daughter we spent 4 nights in Page, AZ at the Best Western View with Lake Powell just prior to Thanksgiving Day in 2021. The room, the bathroom, and all the public areas were immaculately clean including the bed sheets and towels as well. The breakfast was excellent with great selection every day. People working at the hotel were very friendly and professional. About 30 minutes after checking out, I received a call from hospitality that they had found a little box in the room. I realized I had left my small jewelry box with my earrings in the bathroom. I was very grateful for the honesty of the hospitality workers and the notification. We went back, and after I signed a sheet that I received back my belongings I was reunited with my favorite earrings. Thank you very much!!!! We will be back and I am referring friends and family to the hotel when they are in Page.

Not a very friendly staff. If you want to be awakened by bathroom light shining in your face from the strange window placed in the wall then go here. The rooms are dated and stuffy. Soft bed, lumpy pillows.Breakfast average at best. There are better places for the same price.

Room was great-comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome-lots of choices! I really liked the 'patio' where we could sit and read/enjoy the view of the dam and scenery. Staff seemed to go over and above. Would definitely recommend staying here if in Page, AZ. This place made our stay here even better!

It looked good on the AD and the price was good for a great location. This hotel smelled as i entered and the guest room is old and dirty. I was very disappointed. There was a big stain on the blanket cover. Didn't want to sleep there. Towels were worn down. Worst -Best Western hotel ever. However, the breakfast was very good.

Dear Mr. Catellani: I am sorry for your experience at the front desk. It is my understanding that after checkout, you called and informed us that you had a travel card to apply. The front desk asked for a printout/email of the card so that they could process a refund to your card and apply the travel card. She was not able to immediately address the issue on the phone as travel cards are processed on a different system. At this point, she was given a hard time and was addressed extremely rudely. Your card was indeed applied, but not at the moment you demanded. Please understand that every business is short staffed at this time, and we are doing our best to accommodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

It was New Years Eve, we had an emergency and had to get a hotel room same day to drive back to Utah from Phoenix and needed a mid point to stop for the night. The price was so good and the rooms were even better. The establishment was clean and friendly.

Very shabby looking hotel , needs updating . Staff is friendly and location is good . Breakfast is below standard and very old baked goods and there are non refills on the Buffet . Staff is clearly overworked and unable to refi the breakfast items .

Great location to stay to take in many of the local site seeing opportunities such as Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, and Horseshoe Bend. Also close to several opportunities in Utah. The Bird House, and Stromboli's Italian Restaurant are great places to eat.

I have tried to check-in hotel around 5PM with family. They have give me room adjcent to lobby and having hotel public balcony inside room. I have requested to change room. They were not allowing change in room, asked to wait for 3-4 hours to change room. If you have to change room, you cannot check-in current room. It was difficult to wait for 3-4 hour to wait with family without room. I have requested for canecellation of booking never aggreed. Male receptioist (Traveris) was so rude for any kind of support. His response very rude, never seen behaviour like this. Requested to see manager and never happened. After waiting for half hour, offered me an lower end room without any price adjustement. After an lot of fighiting with male receptinist, finally lady receptionist helped to check-in different room. Better to stay away from it.

I am very sorry for your experience. Travis usually is very helpful and receives many positive accolades. From your description, it sounds like you did not like the location of your first room, but a replacement room of the same booking type was not available for an immediate switch, so Travis advised you needed to wait, but finally, a different front agent switched you to a different room type to get you into the room sooner per your request, but you are upset by it. I am sorry for your inconvenience and the misunderstandings. We wish you well.

We choose the hotel for the location an view but it is very simple and basic. Bathrooms are ok. The only good thing was the breakfast. We had to ask for more towels, tv basic channels, coffee during breakfast was horrible.

Internet has no connection so we were internetless that night. The hotel is cheap but guests not deserve the pain of bed bugs. You can stay if you do not mind the two aspects I mentioned. I would not stay.

Page, Arizona does not have high speed fiber optics broadband for the entire town. We are located in rural America that is 250 miles from the closest city. We do not have the same access to high speed internet as big cities, so during peak demand hours when many tourists and town people are all online. We are sorry you have to experience the digital divide on your stay in rural America. Please support Build Back America Plan. The plan allocate Federal budget that will help build high speed Internet across all of America.

5 day vacation started out with 2 days of flight cancellations and delays. This lead us having to cancel our first day at another hotel along with car rental & a couple other reservations as well as our second day at Best Western View of Lake Powell. Every hotel and reservation we booked gave us a refund, no questions asked or provided proof. Best Western asked for proof so I provided text screen shots from the airlines and emails and was told I would be contacted in a 2-3 business days. It took over a month to finally hear from anyone. I called once a week because I didn't want to be annoying calling everyday. The front desk lied to me saying Min Wang is the General Manager and is the only one who could approve my refund. After not hearing from her or anyone I asked if I could contact someone above her. The front desk told me no, that she was the owner as well and no one was above her. After several emails to Min, I FINALLY received an email saying that it wasn't her fault, that someone above her denied my request and it was out of her hands. And when I said her front desk said she was the owner, she denied that as well. I don't know what to believe. For someone who has worked in the hotel business and has friends who manage hotels, they could have made it right with several options. After I replied to her response, she put a fake auto reply saying she was out of the office for the next week. Unprofessional. I am rebooking my trip but will never book with them or any Best Western.

We received a request from booking.com and our decision was communicated to you through your online booking agent. Unfortunately, your request was outside the cancellation policy and per booking.com, "The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation." To ensure maximum flexibility in your future travels, we recommend non-restrictive reservations or to buy travel insurance.. I apologize that it was not the response you wanted to hear and an exception could not be made for you. If we do, it would not be fair to all others who abide by booking rules and there would not be a need for restrictive rate plans to earn greater room discounts. We would just offer no booking rules, because everyone feels entitled to be the exception to the rule they agreed to. As I had recommended to you, you could also take it up to your airline as well. Our entire stay was pleasant. From the hotel lobby to our room is very clean. Delicious breakfast was served. The front desk staff has excellent customer service. What we like the most was our bed was clean and comfortable. Microwave and coffee was available. Thank you BW!

We were in Page to take a tour of Antelope Canyon. The hotel looks a little older on the outside but has been updated inside. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We had the best free breakfast we have had since before the pandemic. Hot foods, lots of choices. Checkin was quick, hostess at the breakfast was very friendly.

Outstanding hotel located in downtown Page.rooms were spacious and clean hotel staff was excellent and helpful has a pool and sauna, plus a small gym. Breakfast is provided and it was delicious. This Best Western hotel in Sedona is an excellent value. It has excellent onsite parking even for larger vehicles, which seems scarce in Sedona. the staff was very welcoming and I always felt like a was a valued guest. Our room over looked a grass plaza with picture perfect views of the surrounding mountains. they have an excellent breakfast with scrambles eggs, sausage and breads. The rooms were very nicely appointed and a peaceful escape from the bustle of Sedona. The hotel is also conveniently located to shopping and the restaurants.

Very clean, beautiful decor, and amazing breakfast. Balconies overlook the golf course, pool, and hot tub. Highly recommend, just wish our lake view room had a view of the lake since that's why I chose this hotel. Ok customer service. Will most likely stay again in the future.

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize for the reservoir water table being low. There has been a 2 decade long drought in the region. The current drought is actually threatening the very existence of Lake Powell Reservoir.

Staff was super helpful and went out of the way to notify us of an item we had left in our room after checkout. Complimentary breakfast was very good, great rooms and even greater viewed from this hotel. Had a great stay, all of it at a very attractive rate.

The exterior of this hotel is deceiving. I was pleasantly surprised to find a renovated interior and pleasant room. It is not opulent, it is a mid priced hotel after all, but it was clean and bright. The breakfast has plenty of food options, both hot and cold. The hotel is well situated and easy to find. The best part: a view of the mountains and a glimpse of Lake Powell from our room

Beware the rooms on the first floor. Little do you know, breakfast is served on the first floor and guests will begin screaming down the hallway at 5AM and won't stop past 8AM. Oh, you wanted to sleep? Too bad, says the staff. When we complained to the front desk, all we got was a "sorry" with no solution. This is completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous as it shouldn't be too much to ask that we not be awoken by other guests at such an hour with no assistance from management. Nothing but disrespect as we try to get a good nights sleep on vacation.

I am very sorry to hear you did not like your room location. We have hallway signs asking guests to be respectful of noise in hallways. Unfortunately, not all guests abide to the request. The hotel is not able to monitor individual guest behavior and activity especially when a behavior is reported after an incident had already occurred without name or room number. We appreciate you for letting us know; however, in the future, name and room number or calling the desk to advise of the problem in progress would allow the hotel the opportunity to resolve the problem prior to your check-out. My first stay in Page,Az was perfect ! Our room was clean and Yes, the view was amazing ! 2 staff members were worth mention : Falene and Pedro were so accommodating and customer friendly. They worked downstairs during breakfast and I just wanted to Thank Them for all they have had to endure during this past year of hardship upon The Navajo Nation ! I recommend this property, as I would have a hard time staying anywhere else in Page !!!!

Just had a quick one night stay here, but was very impressed. First of all, the front desk staff were both helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make check in fast and easy. $200+ stay I would expect the place to be brand new. The rooms are very poorly decorated, the sheets are stained, the cable tv loses signal every 4 mins. The breakfast though is pretty sub par but compare to most bfast being served because of covid this one is a little better.

We had a great stay! So affordable and that does not mean "cheap" Great breakfast (included) The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no real "view" of Lake Powell...water levels are low. The location is well situated to see all the top sites. Horse Shoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, Wahweap Overlook with a great view of Lake Powell. Canyon X for a slot tour...Have fun!!

First ….the good. You are in Page Arizona! You are likely visiting because of the three attractions, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon and this hotel is very conveniently situated basically equal distant from all three. The breakfast staff, including Pedro, Tina, and Falene at the hotel, were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was very nice. As seasoned travelers who have frequented the Best Western chain over time as well as multiple other hotels, we were very disappointed with our check-in process. The greeting we received was unfriendly, unkind and certainly not welcoming. As road weary tourists driving for hours to arrive at the hotel, we hoped for something more than we received. The front desk individual we dealt with almost seemed put out by our presence and dismissive. After being told that it could be hours before our room was ready, we checked our luggage and drove to Walmart only to get a call 15 minutes later that our room was ready. Below is a picture of our “ready” room. Requested directions were handled in a curt fashion and the list of recommended restaurants close by didn't even include the really good fine dining restaurant , The Rim View, which will be very positively reviewed separately,located basically in their parking lot. The reader is invited to look back on any other reviews we have left, lest it is felt that we are routinely complainers. We thought long and hard about these words and felt that it was necessary to share this experience for others. The check in process matters and sets the tone for the entire stay however short or trivial. With only a handful of thousand population, this small community has over 30 hotels. There is even a Best Western Plus basically across the street. Fortunately the other four hotels we stayed at during our trip left us with a much better taste in our mouth.

Our regular hotel check-in time is 4pm., so when the desk clerk called you 15 minutes upon check-in, she was actually trying to get you into a room sooner than later. I am sorry her action was misinterpreted for anything other than being helpful. However, my understanding is she did try to call you back and spoke to your wife to apologize for any misunderstandings. We are always finding ways to improve. Thank you for staying with us. We are still trying to understand how the best night we had do far was one of tge cheapest too. This hotel had exceeded our expectations it was so accommodating, clean and had great breakfast too. Wevwill choose BW more often in the future.

Katrina checked us in and is kindest most helpful person. She gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The hotel room and bathroom was clean. The lobby smelled so nice and was consistently being cleaned. The pillows were really hard but the bed was comfy. The breakfast was average but Katrina made sure everyone was wearing masks and gloves when serving themselves. Made me feel comfortable when eating in a group setting.

We were very pleased with our recent stay here. The room was nice & modern. The staff interactions that I had were pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, but I would have preferred it to be less of a buffet & more of a staff handled brown bag service in the midst of Covid. No issues at all!

I was quite impressed overall with this Best Western Hotel. I spent three nights at this hotel as part of a six day vacation through portions of the Southwest. My third floor room had a panoramic view of the Glen Canyon Dam Bridge and the surrounding vistas. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with ample parking. It's situated just above the trailhead to the City of Page's scenic Rim Trail. The public areas such as the pool/spa and second and third floor balconies were accessible and relaxing. I appreciated the complementary breakfast service with hot and cold meal offerings. There were only a few minor issues. One day, housekeeping didn't place fresh washcloths in the bathroom, so I had to request some and was only given one. The other issue concerned the check out experience. The front desk staff appeared to be dismissive and did not provide me with my folio. I had to call to request a copy of my folio several hours later, which was forwarded by email. Overall, this hotel was an excellent value for the amenities, service and location.

The room we had was clean and had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The breakfast variety was good, especially for the level of hotel. The location was worse than for exploring the activities in the area and the BBQ place in town is not to be missed. Every single employee was nice and friendly. I know so many hotels are short staffed but I never felt that during iur

This hotel was wonderful especially the breakfast staff! Bill, Falene, Christine and Pedro were helpful and so friendly during breakfast Pedro spent time with us each morning talking about places to see in the area. We appreciated his taking the time to give us a local's perspective for our travel destinations. Probably the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel.

My husband has lactose intolerance so he couldn't eat most of the provided breakfast. However, their staff, particularly Falene, Tina, and Pedro, were very helpful. They gave us alternative options and allowed my husband to pack his share so he can eat later in the day as we continue to explore the many beautiful sites in the area.

We spent one night at this lovely hotel a few months ago while visiting. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were greeted on arrival and had no problems checking in early afternoon. There is a cozy main lobby where coffee, tea, and water are available with plenty of indoor or outdoor seats to see the view. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the space offered photo opportunities. Shoutout to Pedro for chatting with my fiancé and I during our stay and sharing recommendations. Would highly recommend this location to anyone passing by!

I spent three nights here recently and had a wonderful time!! Everyone was so kind - especially Falene! She was amazing. She was so welcoming and gave me such good recommendations on things to do in the area. And she taught me how to use the pancake machine. That's right - they have a pancake machine at breakfast. My room was lovely, the view was great, the pool was awesome, and the great breakfast was a total surprise. The entire building was spotless and Covid protocols were being carefully followed. The value was excellent. But the people were the best part. I highly recommend staying here.

This Hotel is an Excellent Deal! I booked this reservation based upon the great rate and the location. I felt some degree of comfort with the excellent reviews of this property , and I was not disappointed. The Hotel is Very Clean, Quiet and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. The excellent view and the super breakfast buffet were icing on the cake. The full service breakfast was excellent and a great value (a throw-back to pre-Covid days). The breakfast staff was very friendly and efficient. If you enjoy swimming, the swimming pool is quite nice for a property of this size and has a resort-like feel. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing time in page! We don't want to go home. So much to see, so much to do. Everyone at the BW with the view were amazing. They went super out of their way to make us feel at home and as if we were part of page. HUGE shout out to Bill, Falene and the one and only Pedro. Met Pedro on our first morning here and he was super friendly and informative. Felt like we knew each other a long time even though we just met. Pedro sent us on some amazing local adventures and honestly if it wasn't for him we would have never found some of the iconic spots he sent us to. Best western with the view is lucky to have such a dedicated and loyal staff. They went above and beyond and surpassed any expectations I may have had. Honestly one of the warmest, friendliest , down to earth hotel Iv ever been to. Everything was clean. Breakfast was awesome. We will be back Love Bryan and Ashley

We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay with 2 other couples. Everything was top notch, clean, staff were friendly and helpful and hotel didn't have that 'tired' look that many get. When we booked they said they were doing continental breakfasts due to covid but when we stayed we were pleasantly surprised that they were no serving a beautiful hot buffet breakfast. Lovely. All day coffee & tea in hotel foyer was also much appreciated as was the variety of enticing indoor and outdoor seating options for mingling with friends. Only word of warning for those counting on a "heated" swimming pool: they advertise that this is the case but that is a stretch. Our stay was during sunny August but the pool was too cold for me to get fully immersed. However I did enjoy the hot tub. Other braver souls though, were swimming but "heated" I think means by the sun only (if you're lucky). Overall a great stay and we will surely return with more friends.

This motel truly does have a view of Lake Powell--from all the rooms on the back side. It was a lovely view with not much of anything to obscure it. The lobby is very attractive. The pool is nice sized and there is currently a limit on how many can use it at the same time. The room was clean and good sized--a nice refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, table that can be pulled out, stools, office chair, easy chair and spacious bathroom and shower. The staff were very courteous and helpful and we were thankful that they observed a conservative protocol for Covid-19. The breakfast was great--scrambled eggs, hash browns, made-to-order pancakes, along with hot oatmeal and many toppings. Lots of fruit, juice, and other items that you would expect at a breakfast buffet. The number of people allowed in each of the dining areas was limited (covid-19 protocol.) All in all, we were very pleased and would happily stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice! We enjoyed getting to know The Falene team- Tina, Bill, and Pedro at breakfast. Especially Pedro gave great recommendations for activities and sites to see not only in this area but on our way to the Grand Canyon also. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our Lake View room looked out over the parking lot, and the receptionist was snotty about it. There were no toiletries in the bathroom when we arrived. With the exception of the lobby, which makes a great first impression, the place is dated - especially the rooms (or ours, at least). And the AC sounded like a truck.

We arrived about 3 hours early and they were able to accommodate us with our room being ready. The pool views are stunning, and the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated the breakfast staff, Tina, Bill, Pedro, and Falene. They were genuinely excited to be working and made us feel special. Highly recommend.

I usually do not write one star reviews but for what happened I would give the Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel 0 stars if I could. I booked a room online for November 5th, check out the 6th, I filled in all of my info on the website. Name, email etc. so then I decided to take a more expensive room and click on it, well what their booking engine does is reset the date to todays date without informing you that at the top of the page that date changed. You click confirm and they will send you a conformation for todays date. When I noticed the date being changed I called the front desk to ask if they can change the date to the original date that I entered which was November 5th. I was told that no we cannot do that because you booked for today and we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and they will charge me for today but I could also book for November 5th and be charged for that. YOU GUYS, THIS IS HOW GANGSTERS WORK. Plain and simple rip off. If you get Toni (she is female and not a guy) on the phone (front desk) HANG UP and book somewhere else. I run a touring company and I book a lot of hotels for my overnight tours but this I have never experienced before. Last time I will book with Best Western. You just lost one of your good customers Chris

They made an error with my reservation one day extra with booking and the customer service representative said they will be able to fix it two days before we check out, upon checking in the hotel I informed the front desk lady and they can't do anything about it was too late, call customer service and good luck with getting anything. I called customer service and they said the hotel can fix it and they will transfer me to guest relations, long long wait time, and nothing was done. Basically getting the runaround. Extremely disappointed that we paid for an extra day for a room that they made the mistake to begin with.

Bad customer svc. Bedsheets had stains. Housekeeping brought up sheets for us to change, fridge leaked all over the floor, it was not fixed, leaked all night. Air conditioner was very low, the room was warm. We reported but nothing done

Thank you for sharing your experience. I do apologize for any misunderstanding. We are not a full-service hotel. We are a limited service hotel, so we do not have around the clock housekeeping service. We have checked the room you stayed in and the AC and fridge appear to be working correctly. However, the water condensation you reported are most likely from the natural defrosting cycle of the refrigerated units when they are being operated continuously. In the old days, fridges needed to be defrosted manually, in the new units if the units are not rested and ran on high continuously, then the units will auto defrost to prevent condenser freeze up. In other words, the fridge didn't pee, it was sweating. Thank you.

Travelled with our 2 kids (7&8). Our room and some areas of the hotel are in need of TLC. At first our room was very dusty, and my first experience was not pleasant, but the situation was solved. They provide a hot breakfast every morning and have an outdoor small pool and hot tub. The hotel has a nice common used balcony with nice views and offer an all day coffee/tea station for guess. This hotel AC worked great, the room was clean once during our 3 night stays. The hotel provided with good home base to explore Zion, Bryce, and the North Canyon Rim during day trips. I am not sure if I will return to this hotel, if I find a comparable price at other newer hotel. I want to highlight the breakfast staff for their friendly service.

Middle of the road hotel in good location if you're visiting Lake Powell. Some employees made the stay more memorable. Falene was really great during breakfast. She was pleasant, attentive and kept everything running very smoothly. She even offered to make us a trail mix for the road.

I booked 2 nights in lake view room, our experience was so bad , first night, the air condition was not working well , we thought maybe because it was facing west, lots of sun in the afternoon, also I was bite by the bed bug, next day , my legs were so itch and I did not tell the front desk , because I did not see the bed bug, but next night on 14th, my husband actually saw the big bed bugs moved around in one of our bed and then I knew my legs was bite by the bed bug, that night, the air condition was totally broke, we felt like stay in steam sauna room, then I came down to the front desk, the guy came up, he checked , he even said , he felt like Sauna room and it was broke, good thing he changed our room from 343 to 330, we moved to the room which is facing the parking lot, we went home today and I spent over 5 hours to sanitized all our luggages, I have to washed all our clothes in hot water and clean all surface with bleach, I am still traumatize, I want all my money back for this bad experience and inconvenience

Our record shows that you did not report your problem immediately, but as soon as you did, our desk clerk went to check your room. Our record shows the desk clerk did not find any problem with your room air conditioning. We also had our maintenance guy checked the air conditioning the following morning and there has been no problem and we have had new guests in room 343 and no one else have had problems. When we asked what you did with the bug you saw, you said you had killed it and threw it in the trash can. Out of precaution, we moved you to a different room. The following morning, we had our housekeeping staff check the room and did not find any bugs. We did find a dead "water bug" in the trash can, but it was not a bed bug. You may have brought in the bug from your outing. I am sorry for your experience, but we believe it is without merit, so therefore no refund. We are sorry you are upset from your confusion. We wish you well.

The view from the back of the hotel was nice. There were signs requiring hotel guests to wear masks in the lobby but I was disappointed to see staff not wearing masks. I am vaccinated but was happy to oblige with the rules but I feel that staff should keep it consistent. Didn't have basic essentials for guests who forgot items and tried to tell me to walk up the road to the gas station. As a young female traveler I can't imagine that would've been safe. Wifi is slow too.

Thank you for your feedback. Some previous hotel standard amenities are still not allowed or recommended by CDC. We apologize for this inconvenience as guest safety is our concern. CDC and State of Arizona are allowing people who are fully vaccinated to have the option of not wearing masks. We thank you for your input. We stayed two nights here in May. Had we only stayed one night this would be a two star review, but the second night was better. The main complaint the first night was the paper thin walls. We could hear conversations of the people in the adjoining room. They weren't loud, it was just super easy to hear. We asked the next morning if we could change rooms to one that was a little quieter. The lady at the desk said sure, but we would have to check out for at least five hours. We said no thanks. The room had a window from the bathroom right over the bed. So going to the bathroom in the night meant flooding the room with light. The toilet was wobbly and the in-room coffee machine took a trip to the front desk and a call to maintenance to learn the trick to get it to actually work (overfill the “fill to here” line). There's a sign at the front desk that basically says don't expect the internet to work and it was accurate. To be fair, this doesn't appear to be a hotel problem so much as a Page problem. A frustrating first night, for sure. The second night there was no one in the room next to us so it wasn't hard to sleep. We got used to the annoying bits and realized the hotel was clean, all the people were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend that you stay away from this place, just manage your expectations as you go. If you're a sound sleeper and don't mind some unnecessary inconveniences then this is a great location.

Stayed here while on vacation in northern Arizona. Very nice hotel. We had no problem with the room. Clean, comfortable and everything in working order. The hotel might be a bit older but the room appeared to have been renovated not too long ago. The hotel had almost a resort feel to it. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was excellent for what we paid: eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, yogurt and all the other normal options. The price was very good. The service was friendly. We would stay again if in the area.

Asked for a top floor and got it overlooking partial golf course and part of town. I would give the room a 5 and the outside of the hotel a 4. No carpet which was nice and built in light in electrical outlet for bath light at night.. Nice room and good breakfast. Would recommend.

Great location for driving from Phoenix to Zion. This hotel is very clean and well run. Our room has two queens which were comfortable, extra pillows, bedside lights and outlets. A large picture window with gorgeous views. The bathroom had adequate toiletries and lots of towels. The lobby area has a small business center and 24 hour coffee and tea. There is a balcony with lots of seating areas and that same great view toward Lake Powell. Breakfast is served on the lower level. Indoor and a few outdoor tables overlooking the pool area and the same great views. There is a buffet of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal with many toppings, yogurt, multiple breads and muffins, fruit, cold cereal, juice. The kitchen could not have been friendlier. I am happy to give a shout out to Tina, Pedro, and Falene. For the price which is half of what we're paying in Utah it is an excellent choice. Also breakfast starts at 630 which is good because it's 730 in Utah.

This is an excellent location that offers many necessary stops for the traveler. I found our room to be well appointed and clean. Absent is the musty stale odor in the room. Negative points would be burned out bulbs over the bath vanity and the broken sink basin. Overall appearance of the building isvery clean and well kept. BREAKFAST IS OUTSTANDING!!!!! On site dining with a large variety of hot and cold items.

We stayed at best western view of lake powell in May 2021. Room was on 3rd floor with view of the dam and surrounding area. Excellent view. Loved that their balcony for the hotel faced the views. Pool was clean and refreshing. Rooms were very nice and clean. Excellent breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful. I would like to personally thank Pedro, tuna and Falkner for their kindness. HIGHLY recommended this hotel.

Did some on the fly reservations and they turned out to be a terrific decision. Hotel is clean and has a great view, but what really stands out is the staff. When we found out we were going to be much later than expected I called the front desk to hold our room, staff was very courteous then, at check in the same, breakfast both days the same, people encountered throughout our stay all were that way. Definitely recommend booking therebif in the area.

The check-in process was horrible. We arrived at 2:30pm and were told that no rooms were available until 4:00pm. However, we watched many people check-in and were given rooms while we waited. We were given no explanation for our delay although we suspect it was because we booked on Booking.com instead of direct. That is no way to treat customers. We also could not get the hotel to use the sun shade on the back patio because they said the owner refused since it sometimes gets windy. We suffered the sun many times during our stay but it never was windy. Another example of how customers are not treated properly. The pool and jacuzzi were not open even though they were at all other hotels we stayed in Nevada, Utah and Arizona over the past 3 weeks (so COVID is no excuse especially for those of us vaccinated). Everything else was good and especially the breakfast and crew that worked there. They were terrific.

excellent location and very clean hotel. The staff were beyond expectation. The service is super. Parking is very coinvent and very close to Horseshoe bend. Location was great , nearer to restaurants.

What it made the biggest difference was the breakfast and the excellent customer service provide by the crew serving it. Kudos to Falene for making our day, she should be working at the front desk receiving customers. Front desk clerk needs to be replaced with someone with better personality and better customer service. Rooms clean excellent patio to see the sunset, pool was close a big dissatisfaction since we were riding motorcycles and we were looking for a place with pool to refresh our selfs. They should listed pool close.

Our family was traveling through Page to Mesa and stopped for the night! The hotel was immaculate and our rooms were very clean and nice. We were able to have adjoining rooms which was fun! The breakfast was hot and delicious. Tina, Bill, and Pedro were our servers at breakfast and they were excellent! Very friendly and nice. A great place to stay!

Great staff . Nice , clean and spacious rooms . Very good breakfast considering the pandemic limitations. Easy access to the Lake and to the Horse Shoe Bend site . Also close to the town . Would definitely go back to that hotel whenever being in Page .

This hotel is clean, comfortable, relatively quiet, and has a great view of the rim of Glen Canyon and the dam. Sunset on the patio was awesome. The free, hot breakfast was one of the best, as far as hotel breakfasts go, we have had. A large variety of breakfast items were offered. The staff was friendly and were going to great measures to keep the meal hot AND safe. The only complaint I have is that the name is a misnomer. You cannot see Lake Powell. I think this is due to the lack of water in the lake itself.

There has been a severe area drought for the past 2 decades, so between area droughts and the tremendous population growth in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, the water level has not kept up, but the reservoir is doing the job it was designed to do, which is to ensure water supply to the lower Colorado basin population. We appreciate your business and we are happy you nonetheless enjoyed Glen Canyon Dam and the sunset view from our veranda. Please come again.

Much better than my stay in Flagstaff for half the price. Pedro, Falene, and Christine all made a very excellent breakfast and we're super nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, great experience.

This was the worst stay. Hot tub is NOT year round.All other pools and hot tub in town are open so had nothing to do with covid. If it did then post it online. Rooms nasty. Front desk lady's are mean.

This property has been remodeled and appears to be brand new though I believe it's been around for awhile. We appreciated the hot breakfast buffet in a very nice room with outside seating available. The bedroom is nicely done and they used wood like flooring rather than carpet which felt more sanitary. The staff members were all very friendly!

Great location. Best Best Western I have ever been to. Amazing staff. We have been on a road trip for 10 days, stayed at a few other Best Westerns none have even come close to this hotel! Very clean and modern compared to others we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to make this a perfect trip! The free daily breakfast was amazing! Pedro, the cook made the best eggs! Most hotels serve runny mushy eggs. These were perfect. I was amazed how good the food was. Tina and Falene were exceptional. Very kind! They made sure everything was perfect. Everything was neat and clean not like most breakfasts we have been having in our recent hotel stays. They accidentally missed cleaning our room and we didn't return until after 6pm. Jancita quickly came to our room and went above and beyond to make things right. She was quick and very kind . Also, Travis from the front desk was very accommodating. He went out of his way when he was busy multitasking to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

This hotel has many great amenities, is clean, and has a beautiful view of Lake Powell. To top it off, Bill Pedro is an incredible chef who contributed to a top notch free breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel is a hidden gem. I have traveled over 20 years for business and at one point had 90% travel. This is a well decorated, very clean hotel. Their breakfast is amazing and you can sit outside and view the Lake. I very much appreciate their adherence to CDC guidelines for Covid. You will be pleased and save money for other adventures during your travels. I highly recommend.

We are in an extended trip and this hotel was tops!!! Dominica at the front desk is very efficient and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good and offer gluten free options. The staff knew what was gluten free and were very helpful. The location is great. Near the main roads, plenty of restaurants and a beautiful view!!! Highly recommend!

We had a nice view room overlooking the golf course and a little bit of Lake Powell. We wanted to check in early, so front desk took our number and called us when our rooms were ready. This hotel is AMAZING. The staff is so nice and professional that I wish I could live here forever. Rooms are so clean. I got best in class customer service, microwave, fridge and amazing view. There is a Walmart just 6 minutes away and super close to the antelope canyon, horseshoe and other attractions.

This is right at the top of the hill in town on the nearside to Wahweap. The location is great. The property was full during COVID and they handled the rush well. The room layout is supreme even though the rooms are not large, one wouldn't notice. Every part of space is well used. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet despite the full census.

We stayed here two nights, on a weekend. We had a room with a view of the Glen Canyon and Colorado River. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food at breakfast. The crew kept the food items refreshed, and cleaned the tables after guests left. (There were many people having breakfast at the same time that we were) Falene, in the breakfast room was especially attentive. One evening, we took our adult beverage out to the patio and played cards until sunset.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and sought it out again as we traveled through Page. It is one on the best values and most pleasant accommodations we have experienced for the cost. The facility was extremely well kept, the room was spacious, well appointed and attention to cleanliness was evident. The staff were all wearing protective masks and masks were required of guests. Staff was extremely warm, receptive and helpful. In the age of covid it was a nice surprise to be provided an excellent breakfast options with social distancing possible and again, attention to health concerns was evident. The view from the breakfast area and bar are an added bonus. I can't wait to return again when the pandemic is over and we can spend a more leisurely time there.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures posted. It's a very outdated, smelly property with popcorn ceiling and Clorox/dust smell all over. The first room we checked into had an air conditioner wailing like a coyote on a wild night. Once we changed the rooms the noise level was better but we couldn't sleep all night because the room was so dusty/chemical that we couldn't breathe. We left as soon as the sun hit the hills.

The hotel was in a convention location. It was quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was OK...after three mornings of the same thing though it got old. The water pressure in the sinks and shower was lacking. The vanity was really high and hard for the shorter people to use. The adjoining room doors could not be opened because the furniture was too big and blocking it. The staff all weekend was so nice and friendly. They helped with anything. The lady at checkout was nasty and rude.

Having stayed at other hotels in Page in the past, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to have stayed at this Best Western. Hotel had a convenient location to US-89 and was near local shops and restaurants. Covid-19 precautions were taken (expect a lackluster breakfast), but for the price I really can't complain. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Should have been a lovely visit - lovely hotel with great views. Front desk guy was really nice and checked us in quickly. This was not our typical BW visit. When we returned from visiting national monuments at night, we had a man sleeping in front of our door (later, at 4 am, we learned his name was Nelson). The front desk worker was waking him up as we entered our rooms - I believe he must have been related to her? He was either drunk, on drugs or disabled, it was difficult to tell. At 4 am, someone was banging on our kids door (we had two rooms and opened the doors between them). This same man was banging on the door asking for someone, said his name was Nelson, and he scared all of us! It was a very unpleasant and unsafe feeling stay.

Dear Sed8r, Thank you for staying with us. I am very sorry for your experience. Our auditor does regular nightly walks of the hotel throughout the night to ensure hotel normalcy. I have checked with our night auditor and she does not know the person you mentioned. We take all reasonable care of hotel security very seriously with 24 hour desk staff. We offer well lit hallways and parking lot with locked side exit doors. Guest rooms have 180 degree viewing hole and double safety and security chains on doors. We are sorry for your experience. As you can read from other reviews, your experience was out of the ordinary for us. Thank you.

The view isn't exactly a seller but the staff and cleanliness is what would bring me back. They were so nice upon check in and check out. Check in he personally recommended some restaurants which was nice. King bed was very firm and pillows were nice. Toilet is so low to ground and tiny. Would recommend based on cleanliness and quietness.

I really enjoyed my one night here. Very nice property and walking distance to several restaurants. I wish I'd had more time to explore the area. Opted for a room with a view of the lake. The view was awesome, I believe I could see a sliver of a lake down there, but it was fine. Travis at the front desk was exceptional. Very informative and welcoming. The grab and go breakfast/snack option was adequate, nothing fancy but these days I'm happy to be able to get anything!

Spent three nights here and could not believe the value. Updated room with a view and breakfast for that price! Appreciated the in-room fridge and rolling table for in-room happy hours and dinner. Staff was super helpful in all regards. Page is big enough to have sufficient restaurants, etc; but not big enough to be overwhelming. Highly recommend this hotel!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in November 2020. You can tell this hotel is an older hotel that has fairly recently been remodeled. The layout of the hotel is a little funky, especially on the first floor (which is basically a one-side exposed basement). Our room was spacious and the view off the balcony was great. We enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in our room. The beds weren't super comfortable and the A/C kind of struggled, but we also like our room to be an ice box...if we hadn't been on the ground floor, we probably would have slept with a window open. The hotel was an amazing price so definitely can't complain about that! The very limited interaction we had with staff was nice and everyone was friendly. The location was fantastic for activities in Lake Powell and for seeing Horseshoe Bend! We could even see Glen Canyon Dam off our balcony. Would probably stay here again because of the price, and would probably recommend it to friends! We were on a budget vacation and this hotel definitely met our needs!

You absolutely cannot sleep on these old worn out mattresses!! The front desk employees were very kind and tried to help us but short of buying all new mattresses for this property there wasn't anything they could have done!!

We had a wonderful one night stay with a beautiful view of the Glen Canyon dam and mountain range behind Lake Powell. The staff was very friendly and informative and the hotel is close to all amenities we needed as a family. The grab-n-go breakfast consisted of a granola bar, muffin, bottled water, and an apple. Coffee and water were available all day and the coffee maker in the room was fine too. It is a short 10 minute ride to both Horseshoe Bend and Wahweap overlook which are both family friendly areas.

We stayed only 2 nights there and we never had any issues at all. Clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are super friendly (except on lady on the front desk). They all go out their way to make you feel at home and want to make sure that you have everything you need. The only thing I would say that needs work is the patio furniture. It is extremely uncomfortable but that didnt put a damper on our time spent there.

We were really impressed with the guy who checked us in. I think Travis is his name. There were a bunch of people showing up at the hotel at the same time but he got us all taken care of in a very short amount of time while still being attentive to our needs and giving us all the necessary information about the hotel. Very polite. In general, the whole staff made our stay very pleasant. The room was spacious and included a microwave and refrigerator. It also had a roll-out table that we could place in between the beds. That way we could enjoy our meals comfortably in bed. We also spent a significant amount of time on the terrace. Very relaxing.

From the initial greeting by their friendly staff we had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was able to give us great information and recommendations for swimming, attractions, and local restaurants. The location was great, with easy access to everything in town, plus a great view of the actual dam and lake area. Our room was wonderful, 3 double beds for our family of 5. I wish every hotel offered this set up! Just perfect, and my teen son was so excited to have a bed instead of a pull out sofa or trundle that he usually gets at hotels. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and had ample towels, linens, soaps etc...My only complaint is the ice maker just on the other side of our wall started filling peoples coolers at about 6am. (Perhaps a sign asking people to use a different location for ice until 7am would be helpful) Our room had a Keurig coffee maker, but no creamer in the room. (There was some in the main lobby by the coffee area though) Because they are closely following COVID-19 guidelines, the typical continental breakfast was replace with a Grab-n-go breakfast. Each of us got a bag to go, it included a muffin, granola bar, apple and water. I was pleased with this and thankful they came up with a safe way to still provide breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in late at night, and the team member did not seem too friendly. I knew what I was signing up for since I chose Best Western (older hotel; poor quality of amenities provided), but yet I hoped for more. The corridor had a very strong smell of weed (which is especially unfortunate since I am traveling with mom and daughter; we are all very healthy). BUT the view on the balcony area is amazing!!! (balcony is in public area; rooms do not have balconies).

We usually receives high marks for our hotel service, so without details from you, we are not sure where we may have failed you. During Co-VID-19, many hotels were required to remove high touch point in-room amenities as safety precautions for guests. I am sorry this safety guard was not communicated better to you. We are also a limited service hotel and not a full service hotel. Our lower room rates reflect the limited service difference. We do not show record of anyone reporting the smell of weed on the night of your stay; However, State of Arizona as well as your home state of Florida permits medicinal marijuana. Without guest report, the hotel was not aware of your encounter to properly investigate. We are happy you enjoyed the view from our hotel. We are always finding ways to improve. We wish you well. Stayed here for 3 nights in early March, shortly before Covid pandemic really hit the ground. We stayed in a Standard room with 2 Queen beds, room #137 on the 1st/ bottom floor. It had access to the room through a side parking lot (didn't use it) and a tiny patio with chairs, as well as a view of Lake Powell. The room was comfortable, big, well appointed and had a nice bathroom. It was also located very close to the dining room where breakfast was served every morning. The breakfast was a typical hotel spread, but with fresh food and some good choices. As a vegetarian, I had no problems finding something to eat. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, the place is kept clean and well maintained. The parking is plentiful and we never had problems parking in the front parking lot not far from the front entrance. They also have a beautiful terrace with nice seating where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch a sunset or a sunrise. We also enjoyed their small hot tub in the evenings (the pool was closed at the time). The location is also very good. We were able to walk to dinner in the evenings; it's a 10-15 minute gentle walk to all major restaurants, it always felt safe. All in all we had a really good and relaxing stay here, and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Page.

The only complaint I have is the door going to the pool area was very loud I slept during the day I was there for a all night softball tournament and that door woke me up a couple of times other then that it was a good room great value with nice views I would stay again.

Stayed enroute to Utah. Rooms are basic but clean. AC units are loud but they work Staff are friendly. Breakfast is a brown bag with a muffin, apple and small water bottle. Place seems popular with college crowd so can be a bit noisy.

We stayed here July 9-12. Upon entry into our room you could see the walls were dirty next the sink and up on the wall was someone's hair strand! On the back of the bathroom door was 3 streaks of mud. I called and asked that they clean the room the next morning when we were on the lake. No one cleaned it. When we got back I called and asked why she said it wasn't written in the notes. They cleaned it the last day, but alas we ran out of toilet paper. They had only given us one roll for our entire stay. No extras. During these crazy times I just wanted to feel safe and clean in a hotel room and we didn't. I will never stay here again. Plus their beds are hard as a rock.

This Best Western was actually very nice. I was not expecting it much because it was pretty affordable but I'm glad we decided to stay there. You can beat this location and nice view. Room was spotless and comfortable but their bathroom was very old fashion and their shower was terrible. They offer 4 choices of Keurig coffee I thought that was nice and also they offer coffee in the lobby too. Due to COVID-19 they didn't offer breakfast but they offered grab and go breakfast which was disappointing but at least they tried. There were so many children at this place and they were very loud and parents were not controlling them but not hotel's fault. Housekeeping personnel were very nice and polite. I highly recommend this best western.

Everything offered at this facility was great. The bright inviting decor, clean rooms, comfortable beds, large shower, 40" TV and pleasant, helpful staff made for a great, though too brief stay! Though the pool and spa were not in use due to the pandemic, the outside setting, with view and adjacent decks and patio, was really inviting and resort-like. The rates were reasonably adjusted, to make up for the closed facilities and lack of the usual full breakfast. Highly recommend!!

We stayed two nights on Best Western Reward Points, so obviously, can't complain about the cost. Our room was very clean, and the entire hotel was pleasant. There are nice balconies for relaxing outside. The room itself was pretty cramped--a chair crammed into a corner plus a desk chair. The mattress was adequate but not especially comfortable. Our room was tucked into a corner and very, very quiet. Breakfast was decent for a hotel, and the breakfast staff was outstanding--friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, with the slight drawbacks mentioned, our 2-night stay was fine, and we would certainly consider this property for future visits.

I can't remember the last 5star I gave out for what usually is an average chain Motel. The independent owner operators of this particular Best Western nailed it for sure. Check in was a breeze, the hotel must have been recently renovated because the common areas were actually beautiful and well appointed. Amenities were great, the free breakfast was excellent, room was awsome.....but it was truly the employees that made the whole experience 5star.....literally every employee from the fron desk to even the maintenance staff said, hello, asked if we were enjoying our stay and wished us a good day........OUTSTANDING experience and the price was incredible...... While traveling to Page AZ, I recommend Best Western, view of Lake Powell. My husband and I received courteous service of every employee we encountered at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved our room with a view! Don't fret if you are not able to get a room with a view, as the view is great from the hotel lobby, and breakfast room. The breakfast is a full satisfying breakfast. We had oatmeal served by Faylene. She made sure we were satisfied with our breakfast. We would definitely return, if we find ourselves in that area again.

The view was great, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast made by Bill and the friendly conversation and service by Callista and Falene. We would gladly stay there again!

This best western is in a great location for visiting any of the Lake Powell and Page area attractions. You can't beat the value here, especially with the view of the surroundings! Nice front desk staff, great decor, and nicely decorated rooms. So glad we found this place!

This was a good place to stay considering all the other options and prices in Page, but I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The view is amazing and the hot tub was really fun to sit in because it overlooks the dam and the lake, but there was a lot of dirt and sticks at the bottom. It looks like it needed to be cleaned. The staff was not very accommodating and didn't seem to enjoy their jobs, however that didn't affect our stay. We enjoyed the area and time there so it wasn't a big deal, as we didn't spend much time in our room.

This was a great place to stay. Great service. Nice room and good breakfast. The views are spectacular from the rear of the hotel. Prices are reasonable and well worth it. Get a room with a view. It's so worth it

I got to my room last night (after super fast check in) then just stood and stared out the window at the view. If you are coming to Page, you gotta get a room here with a view!!

Arrived with Ctour' s group on Jan 29th evening. Hotel facilities and room size are way beyond expectations. Was quite surprised that a pool equipped. Was excited and tried to walk around this little town. Went up to the receptionist to get direction and some information of the hotel including breakfast time and opening hours of the pool! The receptionist was very unfriendly. She just told me that all those information been provided with keycard~~~while I didn't see it. Nevertheless, one of her responsibilities should be assist guests inquiries~~~ Next morning's breakfast was a drama. Only bread and few juices were provide and been told that was the room rate they received. Anyway, the attitude answering question were better than receptionist and her name is Toni

Dear Dawncy99: I am sorry for your misunderstandings. However, the hotel provided the group breakfast that was contracted by your group tour company. It is something you should have addressed with your tour manager as s/he would have known. If you have further questions regarding your group breakfast offerings, please contact your tour group office. Additionally, had you wish to receive an upgraded full hot breakfast selection, for an upgraded breakfast cost, it was available to you. Thank you.

Our stay was short but i was very impressed, very clean, and helpfull staff, beds were comfortable, but the over the top breakfast staff was the icing on the cake. I was greeted and attended to. The breakfast spread was impressive i will tell my friends about this hotel. This breakfast staff tina, falene, cellista should be recognized. The attention to detail left an impression. I will come back to this hotel again. Thank you

We had no complaints for this hotel. We needed a low cost, convenient place to stay and this was it! Tue breakfast was better than expected based on our experience with the included breakfast at hotels of this type. The hotel has a lovely deck facing the lake (in far distance) with seating that would be so nice when weather a bit warmer.

We stayed here on a last second trip to the Page/Southern Utah area. The room was incredibly affordable ($55+ tax/night), so much so that I figured it would be a dump. Boy was I wrong! Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby (and unlike most places they actually refilled the coffee through the day), free k-cup coffee/tea in the room, in room fridge AND microwave, and above average complimentary breakfast. I honestly felt like we ripped them off with the quality of their rooms and all the included amenities. Plus an excellent view. Without a doubt we will stay here again.

Some would say not for them. I would say increadable value & exceptional service. The service was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel and a big thank you to Bill and Fay for their thoughtful and kind service. Regards KB

Being a Best Western Blue Member I am familiar with the brand but the Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel in Page AZ exceeded all my expectations. Speedy check in, spacious and clean rooms, wonderful amenities, best breakfast in a Best Western I have ever had, speedy checkout ... all that you want when you are spending a night in a hotel ... not to mention the accessible fare!

We had chosen this Hotel at our Trip from Las Vegas to La Verkin. We had a room with view to Lake Powell, unfortunately you can not see the lake, because of the low water level of the lake. But the view of the surrounding is also worth seeing. The view from our room was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the AC was not too loud. Only the bathroom was a little worn out. The balcony behind the reception offers a nice view in the morning and evening, you get the same view from the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast room is not to big, but you get a versatile choice of the normal breakfast stuff. The parking space is big enough for the whole hotel.

This hotel is bbest value for your Money. Hotel had very frandly staff. It give an excellent view of lake Powell. It is also very close to most attractions in Page, AZ. 1) glen canyon dam 2) horseshoe bend 3) Antelope Canyon.

We spent the night here on a trip from Zion National Park to Monument Valley. The hotel is modern and the room is super clean and comfortable. It has a slight view of the lake and is centrally located.

It was overall a pleasant experience staying there. The rooms were spacious and clean. beds were comfortable. good location. close to tourist attractions and local restaurants. very good complimentary breakfast buffet.

My wife and I have been traveling for 25+ years all over the world from small motels to top end hotels, both personally and professionally (100 nights per year on average) and had never experienced such a horrible front desk service! From the first words muttered, it felt off immediately... We had booked 2 rooms 9 months in advance for a family trip over Thanksgiving. Every other place we checked in during the trip had made sure we had connecting rooms or at least close to each other but here they had given us rooms on 2 different floors with view on the parking lot.... When we asked if they could do something, the real show started: they first told us that we had asked for special need rooms (which we did not) and that there was a limited number of them hence the rooms we were getting... The issue only got more complicated as our booking on chase.com showed a room with a view but they indicated they had not received such a request and they had given us rooms straight on the parking, next to the elevator... again, mistakes happen all the time but the secret of hospitality is how they get handled... I won't give you the full story as it went on for like almost 2 hours but a few highlights 1. I asked chase travel to contact the hotel to try to sort things out 2. when they called, the person at front desk said she was finishing her shift and they had to call back in 20mn although there was another person at the counter which until then had been working on her computer and had very carefully avoided to get involved. 3. After insisting, she finally stood up, totally ignored us and started to get an incorrect debrief from her colleague right in front of me ... 4. when I tried to give her the proper picture, she became extremely rude 4. I got chase to call back... now the story changed: no more request for special need room but instead that the request they had received from chase was not mentioning a view. 5. I asked to speak with a manager but the manager was only reachable over email! and it went on and on and on... until we finally secured a room at the Courtyard next door so we left this miserable place.... the Courtyard was great... at last mn, they were able to get us rooms super close to each other and the staff was super friendly If anyone who cares about customer service at BW reads this, feel free to contact me directly over chat for more info... We will never again stay at any of your properties but you might still want to send someone to fix things there....

I apologize for your reservation experience. Our hotel has several room types, but in general a view side room and a non view side room. All rooms are described and labeled as such on our booking websites. We assign rooms based on the booking type. Apparently, your reservation came through our system as a non view side room. Please contact your travel agency to find out why they had booked a non view side room for you. There is also a price difference between the two room types. Thank you.

Easy to find, quick check-in, views to die for! Beds and pillows were awesome, just a short drive and your at 3 popular destinations, horseshoe bend, antelope canyon and lake Powell. Ample places to take photos

Good location, decent facilities, but service was sub par at best. No one answered the phone at front desk. In house phones never went to where they were suppose to. Front desk staff was less than friendly and never apologized for screw ups.

We had a room overlooking lake powell, room was clean, shower had good water pressure, comfortable beds, friendly staff and everyone kept wishing us a good day. The ladies who took care of the free breakfast buffet ( Falene, Calista, Christine) did an awesome job! When we checked out the next day the front desk staff was efficient, friendly, and stored our bags for a few hours while we did an early tour. Would stay here again!

Great view and friendly staff. Rooms were nice but a bit noisy. Rooms have Kerrigan which I don't care for in the first place, and ours didn't work. Internet is very slow and hot tub was out of towels. Overall I would stay here again.

Fantastic Location, Breakfast and View and value for the money. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful and there was a great variety of items to choose from in the buffet. Front desk staff not so much. They weren't rude, but they just didn't seem to care or know much about the area, at least the ones I encountered. Hotel is very clean and well appointed with great views. However, for some odd reason, there is a frosted glass window in the bathroom which shares a wall with the guest room. That's right, your view is of the other room, not outdoors. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years and have never seen this before. And since the bathroom light lit up the entire guest room and my roommate was a light sleeper, I had to use the restroom in the dark so not to wake them. Other than this and the lackluster front desk staff, I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Clean, large and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Super friendly service. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Great location (Page is pretty small so every hotel is probably a good location ). Not a 5 star luxury hotel but a great value for the price. The only thing I found strange was - with a name like “View of Lake Powell Hotel” - No one in my group could see the lake. It didn't matter - we weren't there to see the lake anyway. Would stay here again.

Checking in was a breeze fast and friendly staff especially the staff members Callista, Tina Ialene, at breakfast our first morning and Bill, Faye and Callista the second morning so friendly and the food was fresh with a wide variety. The view from all around the hotel was amazing and rooms were very clean. This is where we will be staying again on our next trip here, plenty of parking and location location location we could even walk to so many places from this hotel.

the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was lovely and super helpful. We will definitely be staying here again thank you Lake Powell BW! the amenities were super cool we got to use their hot tub which overlooked the Lake Powell area.

The rooms were updated, immaculate, bedding was great. The staff was outstanding from the check-in to check out. During the best breakfast ever Callista, Tina, Falene, Bill and Faye were very welcoming and helpful.

Waited in line for more than 30 mins for check in on a Friday evening with only one employee on duty in the ENTIRE hotel. Room smelled weird, almost nauseating. Hair dryer started smoking and almost caught fire. When I took it down to the front desk, the guy wasn't even there. Sign said "will return in a few mins". Much longer than that. No replacement hair dryer until the next day. Internet extremely slow. Management needs to fix this place.

We stayed here in room 333 on 10/22/19. The hotel is easy to find (it's across the street from the other BW), close to everything in town and about 7 miles from the Lake Powell marina. There is plenty of parking. Check in was quick and the staff had a handout for local restaurants. Room 333 was clean, good sized, with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. The water view matches what is shown on TripAdvisor. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast is held on the 1'st floor (one floor down from the lobby) and was one of the better BW breakfasts we have ever had. The women running it do a very good job. Overall, we thought this was a good place to stay.

This is nice comfortable place to stay in Page. They list themselves as having a view of Lake Powell. Yes, you do have a view of the lake, but it's a bit of a distance away and not much of a view (possibly because of the low water level in the lake). However, there is a very annoying night light in the sink area of the bathroom that can't be turned off. Since there is no door on this area of the bathroom, the light lights up the entire bedroom. This is made worse because there is a large mirror on the wall that reflects the light right on to your bed! The only thing I could find to cover the light was the ironing board from the closet. If you plan on staying here, bring a roll of duct tape to cover the light.

We appreciate your stay with us. We are sorry your expectations were not met. Lake Powell is a man made resevoir providing water to 30 million people. There has been a decade long drought in the West, so it has been doing its job to secure water for Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Phoenix areas. Nonetheless, we hope you were still able to appreciate the grand view from our hotel. Thank you.

We have been travelling the West of the U.S. for a month and this hotel is a gem. The view of Glen Canyon Dam. The closeness. The FREE breakfast buffet is by far the best we have encountered. People from Japan, Europe, Mexico all blended well. We have encountered some very helpful staff. Christine for one. We liked it enough to extend our stay by a night.

The hotel was completely overrated and overpriced. I work for an airline and travel weekly staying in hundreds of hotel beds. Woke up after our second day there and was covered in bites. Never happened in all my stays so wasn't sure what it was but figured it out quickly. I brought it to the attention of the manager, Samantha, who is never there as she covers 2 properties and she was rude, uncaring, and denied that it would have been this property. Poor customer service all the way around. Save yourself the trouble and don't stay here.

Dear Bill K, I am sorry for your experience. We take all bed bug reports seriously. They are brought in by guests and sometimes even by the guest who reported the problem, because they carried them in their luggage. Airlines are known culprits of transporting bed bugs in its luggage cargos thud emabling the spread of bed bugs to hotels. Our housekeeping staff is trained to report immediately if they are spotted. However, if the guest brought them in themselves on the same day, we would not be able to prevent it. The room you stayed in has now been shutdown for treatment. Thank you

Booked this hotel on the basis of a Lonely Planet recommendation. Unfortunately didnt live up to the hype,I.E. "Possibly the nicest Best Western you'll stay in" Well forget that, it was dated and had served breakfast on paper plates, plastic forks, spoons and poor quality breakfast cutting corners everywhere. Advice: Try the Best Western PLUS across the road.

Not sure why this property is not rated a BW plus. Lobby is stunning with phenomenal views towards Glen Canyon dam. Breakfast offered more choices then I have ever seen at a similar hotel. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with fantastic views. Only minor complaints were that hot water could have been hotter and a less than welcoming initial contact telling me I could not check in till 3. Clerk when I returned at 4 was much nicer.

We went there after booking a room by phone. We wanted to pay by cash since this is how we decided to do our full trip. The girl online asked us a credit card, just to hold. Unfortunatly, they decided to take cash for everything but not to pay the room. The thing is, this is only the next morning that they finaly tells you : we are going to charge your credit card ! When i asked to talk to the manager, she accepted but just on the phone ! And she just said : we have your credit card, we don't need any of your claim, we will charge your credit card, whether you like it or not. I consider that Best western fooled me. With all the justice following, particularly for this manager, who should sell donughts !!

I am sorry your expectations were not met. You were not fooled. You just didn't communicate well of your expectations to pay cash at check out. Many service businesses do not accept cash payments anymore, e.g., airlines as well as many other big chained hotels. Cash is not accepted as much because most people just do not carry large amount of cash anymore and most prefer to earn points from credit card spends. I understand you probably exchanged your EURO currency at a higher exchange rate in France as the dollar has been steadily strengthened daily and that you wish to spend your exchanged dollars before you return to Europe. I am sorry, but in the future it is best to clarify at check in and not be disappointed and feeling upset at check out. Thank you.

Comfortable beds, good location great breakfast. Our room was not on the lake view side of the hotel, that was disappointing. We did however enjoy the sunset from the public balcony on our floor. The breakfast crew was helpful and courteous.

This hotel has everything you need during a trip. Comfort, nice rooms, friendly staff and a perfect breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfectly located as you can reach many attractions nearby. we can only recommend this hotel. Price performance is perfect

Well located hotel. We were within a 3 minute drive of the meeting places for the actives we booked in the page area. I wouldn't say we had a view of the lake, but we did have a great view of the scenery on the lake side (definitely pay up for that side since the other is a parking lot). If you don't get a view in your room, head to the patio or pool/hot tub for a view. Hotel is standard Best Western quality. It has breakfast but no bar so BYOB if you want drinks on the patio.

My husband and I were on a 12 day trip around Arizona, and our room here was very nice. The view is not as good where we were on the first floor, but we weren't in the room for very long, so it didn't matter that much. I will say, though, that of all the hotels we stayed at in Arizona, the breakfast here was the best! There were lots of different breakfast items to choose from, both hot and cold items. Callista and her team did a great job.

Booking a room here well in advance (10 months) was obviously not sufficient to honor the reservation rate quoted (printout in hand shown at check in. Charged $81 more for the second night in exact same room on a Monday night ( not a weekend!)

Dear Cindy W: I do apologize you had misunderstandings about your reservations. Our record shows you made your reservation on Nov. 12, 2018 for a reservation arrival on Oct. 6, 2019 with a 2 night stay. On Oct. 1, 2019, FIVE days before your arrival on Oct. 1, 2019, you called Best Western Central to change your reservation to a 1 night stay. The hotel made the change for you. On the afternoon of your check-in on Oct. 6, 2019, you changed your mind and wanted to stay 2 nights again, but the room rate had since changed (as hotel room rates often do) and the rate was now higher than what you had initially reserved from November 2018, of which the 2nd night was and then cancelled by you. It is understandable that you regret your decision to have changed the length of stay from 2 to 1 night on Oct. 1; however, the hotel did extend a 10% to you on the 2nd night added out of good will. I apologize for this "amnesia" moment you had. Hopefully, now you know it was not that the hotel did not honor your reserved rates. It was you who changed your length of stay twice and then not liking the rate increase when you wanted to add the 2nd night back. Thank you.

The buffet breakfast was very good. Lot of choices Callista the team member overlooking the buffet breakfast was very attentive making sure everything was in order. The room was very clean. The location was excellent - just needed to cross the street to have dinner at a nice restaurant. A great stay. K&C September 2019

Yes, it has a view. However, it sounded like elephants above us until 2 a.m., the water pressure in the shower was terrible, and our key cards quit working necessitating a visit to the front desk where one man was checking in 25 visitors (long wait to get into our room). Be advised there are two Best Westerns right next to each other. Rooms are clean, but air conditioning unit (which sounds like a turbo jet) sits right next to the desk, making it impossible to sit at the desk. I don't usually post such negative reviews, but after two nights here, I am tired and grouchy.

Excellent location with great views and a great first impression when entering the reception area. Clean modern hotel, nice rooms, better than expected breakfast. Most of the staff were excellent, Kendra on reception and the breakfast staff Fae, Callister, Relina, and Tina were always happy and welcoming. The general area cleaning staff were always polite. Swimming pool was good too. The one issue we had that apart from Kendra, the staff on reception were the least welcoming we came across in our 3 week holiday touring. We didn't get a hello, a welcome or a smile when we checked in, when we tried to pay with a different card it was rejected (we found out by our card company it was because the receptionist had entered incorrect information and then she put it through twice by mistake) None of them seemed to be interested in helping. Very poor welcoming.

Rooms were clean and comfortable however the hall and rooms had a strange smell. Aircon wouldn't go below 72 degrees, no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. When we checked in we encountered a rude man at check in but the next day we had the nicest receptionist. Wish there was more consistency. One of the breakfast ladies yelled at me because I picked up the plate that had a pancake on it to pass it to someone (didn't want to touch it with my fingers) and the breakfast attendant snatched the plate out of my hands and yelled at me that I wasn't allowed to take that plate. I was a bit shocked as I was clearly just passing a pancake to someone else. Staff need to relax and perhaps undergo more training about customer service.

There are lots of hotels to choose from in Page...brand new ones in other section of town close to a new Walmart. Pass on this hotel. bathroom window “vents” into the bedroom. Breakfast was mediocre. Could walk to a few restaurants from hotel.

I recently stayed at the Best Western View of Lake Powell. The hotel is located in decent location. But it was over priced, and when the price dropped while I was staying they would not match the price to accommodate the rate offered on their website despite that I booked directly through them and not a third party vendor. The place was not up to date and the toilet in room 321 did not flush well. I was told to hold it down longer or wait and come back in a few minutes to flush it again. Not acceptable!

Dear Splash_into_life, Hotel rates are established at time of booking. I am sorry you were disappointed when the hotel was not able to match your booked rates with our distressed inventory rate. There may be times when there will be last minute distressed inventory sale when hotel rates are lowered just like there may be times when rates are increased last minute when inventory are scarce. We do not match lower rates just like we do not ask guests to pay more when rates are increased. The market pricing concept is the same as buying gasoline and airline tickets. Prices can fluctuate, but they are nonetheless established at time of booking. Thank you.

People did not answer when greeted. When you say « Hi how are you? » nobody answers. All were really short. For the check out, we asked for a receipt, and were told the hôtel doesn't give receipt. The lady were really really rude. No view on the lake with a reservation for it. Our worst experience since the beggining of our road trip in Miami.

Dear Janouuuuuuu: I do apologize for your experience. As explained to you, your reservation was purchased from and paid by Booking.com. You had purchased a Booking.com "packaged rate", so the hotel was not able to provide you with a receipt as there was a "markup" by Booking.com and they prohibits the hotel to show their customers how much they paid for your room. You can only receive one receipt and it can only come from the business you paid for the service. In this case for you, it was Booking.com. When this was explained to you, you could not understand the concept and still insisted on a hotel receipt, so you and your friends became very upset. I apologize you weren't happy with the hotel response. Next time, if you want a receipt from the hotel, it must be a direct pay to the hotel and not to an online travel agency. Thank you so much. We enjoyed overall the hotel : its situation near the restaurants and city's facilities, the view on the lake, the spa and pool, the sunsets every night, the cleanliness and good room services, finally the breakfast buffet every morning. The breakfast team (Callista, Tina, Traci and Festina) was very friendly and efficient. Food was plenty and well presented. We will come back here at our next Page visit.

Dumpy hotel rude staff avoid this hotel at all cost! I don't understand why a hotel would hire rude ignorant individuals to treat their guests poorly. Do the owners not care? The rooms were filthy. Air conditioner made rattling noise all night. Best part about my stay is when checked out never to return.

Dear "Bobjones6678", You missed important details on your stay at our hotel. The staff nearly had to call the cops on your aggressive behavior. You were swearing and banging sundry fridge doors, because your friend decided not to purchase sundry items because he didn't want to wait for a cashier. You yelled, "This is [email protected] wrong among other uncivil nasties at the front desk. You cussed and reached over the front desk which your friend had to hold you back. You are very lucky that the hotel didn't go through to call the cops on you. Otherwise, instead of writing a non self accountable review, you would be sitting in a jail cell. Hospitality hotel staff is here to assist, but we will not be abused by poorly behaved and ill manner men. Be kind and patience to others. Otherwise, someday, another service establishment may not be as forgiving as us and you will find yourself sitting in a jail cell. Thank you.

GREAT Hotel for the $ The outside seating area was very nice. Only thing missing was outside our room patio seating. The BF was outstanding. More outside eating space would have make it perfect.. Staff was very accomodating.

This property is in very good location for Antelope Canyon tours both boat and walking. This hotel is very nice and has nice breakfast. One of our rooms had a small problem with lavatory drain stopped not working but they said it would get fixed. Front desk could have been more personably but they we very busy.

Great location, and if lucky, room with view of surrounding countryside. Rooms are well presented with plenty of room to move. Only slight downside, WiFi is a hit and miss affair. Annoying when half way through a task, and connection drops. No safe in room to store personal belongings. Air Conditioner in room, noisy, and annoying to hear a constant hum. Bed had been made. But sheet had red stain. Either nail polish, or spillage of some kind by child. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ice machines, coffee and cold drink dispensers throughout building. Breakfast included with room booking. Nice selection of food on offer. Pool, and outside sitting area under cover. Apart from the minor problems mentioned, the room and services provided, make for a pleasant stay.

This was a nice hotel. Our AC unit rattled randomly throughout our stay but otherwise it was a nice room with a beautiful view and great sunsets. The first night our room was missed by the cleaning crew so we used towels from the pool but after in subsequent days the room was cleaned. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. and the outdoor pool was nice, as well as the hot tub, which wasn't too hot given the hot temps. The hotel does charge an extra guest fee for more than two people in a room, a practice that I am not a fan of and they also check you off a list when you come for breakfast. The location is central to things to do around the area and all in all was a nice stay.

We stayed here for one night. It was a convenient location with Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend both within a 15 minute drive. There technically is a view of Lake Powell but it is quite far away and you can't see much of it. There are a fair few good places to eat a short drive away as well. The interiors of the room are ok but nothing special. It was nice having the pool and hot tub to swim in. The free breakfast was really delicious for a free breakfast! Lots of hot options, cereal and fruit etc, a few pastries. Check out time is 11am, we went to the canyon in the early morning but when we came back at 9am room service was in the room for the rest of the time so that was a bit weird, I don't know why they come to clean the room before check out time and we hadn't checked out yet.

Very Overpriced Hotel with no useful amenities or eating facilities except "Breakfast Room" located in the first floor Labyrinth next to the Staff Laundry. Terrible coffee, minimal selection on eating options. Weird Construction hallways terminate into three to four corners that make even getting to the pool a challenge. Nice view of Lake Powell if you sit on the cumbersome portable table "Desk on Rollers" and look out the window that butts against the far wall above the Air Conditioning unit that blows into the desk and "Table?" They also have a window with mosquito screen installed in the bathroom and above the bed which is six inches from the wall (Don't get up on that side unless you are really slim!) I would not recommend this Overpriced ugly hotel to people I don't like... well maybe some! Entry Lobby is worn dirty and a shabby rug has been thrown over the old carpet than is worn down to the glue.

Our rates are competitively priced with other area hotels offering similar quality and services. You stayed with us during high travel season, so if rates are too high for you, I suggest you go to the next or few tiered down hotels rather than writing vindictive reviews. As others can easily know from reviewing other reviews, yours is not aligned with other guest experiences at our hotel. Our hotel is built in an "I" shape, so how is it like a maze? Roller desks are highly prized design ideas for multiple usage in a guest room. In any case, I am sorry you chose to stay with us. Be kind. Be nice. Life is much more pleasurable when one isn't angry and feels the need to be toxic and vindictive. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while exploring the Southwest and Lake Powell. Pros: Great location, comfortable Queen sized beds, nice linens and towels, a small, but nice pool, nice veranda overlooking the lake and town, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups in room, 12:00 check out, competitive price Cons: They wanted to charge us $10 for my 14-year-old daughter to have breakfast (seriously?), desk staff a bit rude, inconsistent AC (either freezing or not cool enough), the eco-friendly window in the bathroom (maybe a curtain would help?), slow internet (they do warn you about this, but the fact remains that it is slow), water pressure in shower is awful, loud (wood floors make every sound above you echo) Would I stay again? Probably.

The hotel is very good with excellent service. We have had some problems with the air conditioner which ended up with instead of blowing cold air, it becomes very hot (40C). Except for that, the design and view is excellent and also the outdoor hot tub and pool. I recommend people to stay here when visiting Page and Lake Powell.

Easy check in and easy check out. Breakfast was also a buffet and tasted delicious! Cheap place to stay for pretty good accommodations! The rooms felt nice the bathroom felt a little outdated but no other complaints. The Room was clean and we had a nice view from the room.

I do not know about the other rooms but 311 has a window in the room the toilet is in that faces the sleeping area. You cannot turn the light on at night without lighting up the sleeping area. The toilet paper holder is so close to the toilet, you could use it for an armrest. While checking for bed bugs, found that one of the mattresses had the springs showing. Seriously? All this for a total of $252.00. It was high season and everything in Page is expensive but, there has to be something better than this for the money.

Dear Lois A, I do apologize you did not like the design of our rooms. The window you described was an eco-friendly design to bring natural light into the bathroom to conserve daytime energy use. I do apologize it was not a more obvious concept. However, I think the crux of your review is not really the design issue, but that you were not happy with the room rates you paid. I am sure you had shopped online when you booked our room and found it was the best value for the money in Page, which was why you ultimately booked at our hotel. Thank you.

1. Misrepresentation -- bordering on fraud I had paid extra for "lake view" -- the room I was assigned overlooked the parking lot (see pictures of the view from my room). This is what I got for the $550 I spent on the two nights Explanations from front desk, in desceding order: a) I cant check in at 8 PM and be expected to get the room with view (check in is till 12, and paying extra requires thet they hold the room?) b) No rooms even closer to the section with view are available (when I mentioned I will complain to Expedia, magically they were able to move up from room 219 to 211 -- no significant improvement in view3s though) c) I said I paid $275 per night for the room with a view -- I was told there were people who paid "much more" 2. Arrogant, condescending, front desk lady I arrived a bit dishelved (I had trekked up Cathedral rock in scrorching sun that noon). tjhe front desk was manned by a lady who was supremely condesceding, impolite and bordering oin arrogant. Unwilling to anwer questions to questions such as: is there a restaurant on premises (answer is no), how to connect to internet (more on that later) or where breakfast is 3. Pictures do not match facility The pictures of "room with view" is of course a complete falsehood-- even the balcony they show in pictures is deceptive. The area is overcrowded -- seat cushions are flat, shoddy and badly worn out, many of the bulbs were blown out. 4. Internet There is sign in the lobby that says internet does not work, and it's not their fault!!!! For the two days I was there, I coudnt connect. I stayed at Baymont by Wyndham on my third evening at Page -- what a contrast: friendly check-in, room with a great view (I didnt even pay extra), internet that worked (and was high speed enough for me me download movies on Netflix).

We, of course, got to the breakfast buffet late so I was expecting bits of this and that warmish food and somewhat of a mess. I was surprised to find a buffet looking like it had just been set up! Everything was clean and filled and hot (or cold, depending on the food type). A big shoutout to Relina, Bill and Michelle who were very pleasant and did a great job preparing the food and keeping it presentable the entire time. Way to go, guys!

After a delay checking in - you really can't access until 4.00 and the receptionist was extremely grumpy in reiterating that - we had no complaints about the room which slept two adults and two teenagers comfortably. Pool was ok - a bit cloudy but refreshing in the hot sun and plenty of loungers. View was mainly of the golf course to be fair, but the sunset was indeed spectacular. HOWEVER, while the breakfast was tasty, varied and filling, EVERY SINGLE CUP, PLATE, BOWL AND ALL THE CUTLERY WAS DISPOSABLE PLASTIC OR CARD!!!! Likewise the cups in the lobby and the rooms. Coming from the UK where we are trying to minimise single-use plastic, this was sickening! Come on Best Western - step up and take some responsibility!

Dear crazyboys24: Thank you for your comments regarding our disposable breakfast utensils and plates. We do so to save the fresh water in our environment. Only 3% of earth total water is fresh water. It is even more precious for us desert dwellers. We do not want to introduce harsh dish chemicals into our underground aquifers as water pollution would be irreversible as well and even worse for human life existence in the area. The drinking water in Page area is still pure, so we are able to drink our local water from tap unlike most, if not all, places in Europe and other parts of the world. Thank you for your comments, but advising hotels to use dishwashing chemicals may not be the best recommendation. Thank you.

Nice location with views of the lake, dam and golf course. Great staff and were helpful in suggesting several dining options. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. Internet was not as responsive as other Best Western hotels. Room was a bit pricey and for less money there is a Best Western Plus next door if you don't want to pay for the view.

This is a nice hotel with small view of Lake Powell. The customer service left a lot to be desired. Check-in was delayed over an hour because an earlier power outage. We had access to pool but no place to put our bags not to mention we had dinner reservations to attempt to dress for. Breakfast service didn't start until 6:30 and there was a line to get in. You would think breakfast during July in AZ would start earlier as people trying to get out on tours before the heat and there was a person to check you off the list for breakfast. It's not like we were eating breakfast at the Ritz. The scrambled eggs were about the nastiest thing I have ever seen & attempted to eat in my life. Don't do it. The biscuits & gravy weren't bad.

Arrived for a one night stay. The hotel is clean, and check in was easy. The included breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and plenty of seating room. Views of Lake Powell from the back covered back deck. Great place to sit with a drink after a long day out. Spacious lobby with plenty of seating and water and coffee and tea available all day and night. The pool was cloudy, did not use.

We were staying in this hotel as a party of 6 rooms, booked well in advance on “non - refundable” tariff. When arrived to hotel, immediatelly found out, that one of the rooms did have broken toilet(water was leaking) and we wanted to change the room. What a nightmare... arrogant lady at front desk insisted to wait for mainteinance, but the man needed his bathroom (medical reasons)...when asking again to change room (and they can handlle the toilet later), she replied: “ I am not talking to you anymore” and she refused to help us. When insisting to get another room in more persistent way, the co-worker did call the manager and (I presume) got approwal to change that room... This simple movement has beed done in lowest possible manner! The night was a nightmare: bed bugs bite me allover my legs... bed was full of bugs...but there was no other room available at night, when realised, that I am sharing bed with those flies... When checking out next day, they have asked for vouchers (which were provided at the time of check in) so I reprinted them and handle to lady at front desk. On the very next day (today) have realised, that this hotel charge my credit card two times again for the price of room&tax, each transaction of 141 usd, ttl 282 usd (copy of charge is available to anyone interested)...Did call them and asking to check, providing all names and room numbers... but here comes arrogancy again: the lady said that I need to send email and asking them to investigate “the case”... Like I did the failure... at the end of conversation, she gave up the phone :( No matter about rooms (and I am aware that not of all beds have bugs), good location and decent free breakfast, their attitude and rude approch to paid customers is way beyond normal! If this nation does not like tourists, it is absolutely fine with me.. just make decision...but if they do accept tourists, they should accpet al least basic standards to treat people as human beeings... and not as walking ATM (milking cows).

I am sure you are confused over your billing statement as the hotel accounting record does not allow front desk to check-out rooms with a credit. Please check your statement again to find out if what you saw was an "authorization" charge or an actual charge from the hotel. I do apologize you did not feel you received the proper attention from the front receptionists. Unfortunately, sometimes when "pushy" guests become unruly, there is no other way than to communicate in a blunt manner. This is not an uncommon practice in the service industry as there have been news coverage regarding unruly theme parks, airlines, restaurant and hotel customers. We apologize blunt communication had to be used with you. We wish you well.

While the front desk staff was unfriendly and indifferent, the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Very well staffed with friendly people and loads of choices in food, fruit, beverages, etc. The most notable breakfast staff were Michelle, Jared, Relina & Falene. All very friendly, helpful & gracious!

LOCATION- This hotel is a short 5 minute drive to downtown area FREE PARKING- plenty of parking available. ROOMS- Seems old and rusty. No carpet in the rooms. Didn't really care for the rooms. Try to find a better hotel. INCLUDED BREAKFAST- If your option includes breakfast it is very basic don't expect much. Hard boiled eggs were not good.

I booked a hotel in advance, worried about summer crowds. I booked Best Western knowing it is reliable, plus the pictures of the deck made it look really nice. Upon arrival I found the hotel to look worn, both on the outside & the inside. The lobby has worn frayed carpets and the deck is small and uninviting. The view from the deck is nice, but deck is not attractive. They have curtains that are all tied back tight w/zip ties and the furniture is worn. I was assigned a room on the upper floor and found it overlooking the parking lot/junk yard. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a room w/ a view of Lake Powell only to be told there were none. I understand that, but when I made the reservation it never specified there were a difference in rooms (same price). The room was clean & updated but, there were other problems. It never seemed to get cold in the room, because the air conditioner is placed directly under the curtains. The shower was all glass and looked nice, but it leaked. Breakfast was good w/lots of choices. Basically, I would recommend booking one of the many new hotels available. I paid $152 advance booking rate = $174 w/tax and could have got a better room for less. This location did not meet up to my Best Western standards.

Unfortunately, on the night of your stay, the hotel was completely sold out and we could not move you to a different room. We zip tie our patio draperies whenever there are high winds in the area. Homeowners who have outdoor patio draperies would know that high winds can destroy very expensive draperies. We are sorry the reason behind our asset protection was not clear to you. great views, clean, good breakfast and the staff: Falene, Relina, Michelle and Teri were the friendliest and attentive. Centrally located for all the sites. Antelope Canyon was the best! Loved the deck area for sitting and watching the sun set. Ample room to relax throughout the hotel.

My husband and I went for a quick trip to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. We also went to the Dam overview and a 4 mile rim view hike. The hot tub was great after such a busy day and the views were awesome. Before we left the next morning, we did enjoy the full breakfast. The team member that morning was Teri, along with Falene, Relina and Michelle. All were very friendly. The only negative was that it would be nice if there were more tables outside to enjoy the morning fresh air while eating.

Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights while visiting the Page area. This BW was excellent and accommodating in every way. Front desk staff, housekeeping team, and breakfast staff - Falene, Michelle, Jeri, Relina, and Jared - we all friendly and helpful.

A family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teenaged boys) stayed at a two queen beds room for two nights. Pros: 1. Convenient location to major tourist attractions (horseshoe bend and antelope canyon), city center, and major highways 2. Great complementary breakfast 3. View of lake Powell and Glen Canyon dam Cons: 1. Slow internet service (which is rather a city-wide issue than hotel specific issue, though) 2. Small pool that is right next to the breakfast area

For the price and central location to Page attractions, this hotel worked for our one night stay. The check-in to enter the breakfast area was tacky, especially since it's nothing special. Otherwise our stay was what we expected.

We stayed 2-nights. 1st night was horrible as we found the bed sheet had few brown circles in one bed and ripped the 2nd. After removing the the bed sheet found more spot on mattress cover, below the cover found BIG yellow circle on mattress itself. Kind of urination!! Called the front desk staff, was told that service staff has left for the day and all he can do is to send the replacement bed-sheets then we will have to replace them. Asked for the change of room but I was told that hotel is booked. Man refused to help, but one of the front desk lady was nice and helped us to replace the dirty bed sheets and mattress cover. Made us sleep on the dirty mattress with clean bed sheet to cover it. Next morning, Went to front desk (new staff) and explained dirty mattress. Lady understood and immediately upgraded the room without charge (NICE). Just wondering how did they have room ready by 8am when checkout was just starting and room service was not even started? This room must have been empty last-night but night staff did not bother to offer. Although, it was upgraded room it was not without issues. Bed was making noise when you turn and toss in the bed. Foot step noise from upper floor can be distracting. ICE machine was out of order. Ice bucket in room was dented. Wi-Fi never got connected to the wi-fi hub in the hotel. Meaning old technology/equipment. TVs donot have digital/HD channels. Only Analog channels, Yik!! Basically, Best Western 'Minus' is more appropriate word.

The open room you were given in the morning was from a "no show" reservation from the prior night. The hotel never knows who had made a reservation and decides to no-show. The Page area has slow Internet service due to capacity issues from our remote location. It is not due to hotel equipment issues. There are 3 ice machines at the hotel. One on each floor. I hope you were able to find ice from the other 2 working machines. Sometimes, guests would use ice chest and empty out particular ice machine,which will take longer to remake the ice. Decent hotel in a good location. Nice view of the Glen Canyon Dam. Not far from the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Room was clean and comfortable, slightly tired design. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

We stayed at this hotel after spending the day in Monument Valley. Check in was quick and the desk staff gave us some great recommendations for dinner. The room faced the dam and had a outside porch. We were able to park our car right outside our room. The free breakfast was very good and everything was fresh and hot. The room was clean and quiet. all around a great stay.

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was quite large with 2 queen beds. Nice linens, bath towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Really good continental breakfast included. Kendra, Jeri, and Michelle Trevor went above and beyond in service. Very professional and helpful. Front desk staff was also very helpful with suggestions for our Lake Powell tour. Very nice view from the back of the hotel. Great patio for watching the sunset. They have a pool and hot tub also. Many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night in Page for a stop at Antelope Canyon on our Grand Circle road trip. Nice lobby with a nice veranda off it that overlooks Lake Powell and the bridge at Glen Canyon Dam. The views are long distance. I'd estimate the bridge and lake to be at least a mile away, this hotel is in no way "on the lake." I could not see any of Lake Powell until I went out on the patios. That being said it is a typical Best Western. We had a double queen just a few doors down from the lobby. The room was pretty spacious, definitely a little dated but that was a non issue for us. One thing that struck me was the floors in the room. That typical hotel room carpet? Nope, not here, the floors were some kind of laminate or linoleum wood look tiles.I definitely spotted a few areas on the floor that looked like they needed to be mopped. Other than that the room was clean. Morning breakfast was downstairs and the room for breakfast also had a nice patio to eat outside. There was a nice selection for breakfast. Overall we were satisfied for a one night stay.

The hotel was very nice. Had a beautiful view of the north rim and very close to the marina. I really enjoyed getting to the marina for the boat tour and then back for the antelope canyon tour. It was centrally located.

We had good time @Best Western View of Lake Powell Hotel. The breakfast was really good, spacious room. A little noisy the ventilation, but nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to use the hot-tub. Perfect location. If I can give an advice, they offer us an upgrade to the lake view room, but it was not necessary.

We were excited to head out to the canyons this morning but not before grabbing complimentary breakfast. Tasha, Fae and Mado were wonderful! I have celiac and just happen to be 4.5 months pregnant. They have a sign for those with allergies that reads “ask for available options.” Tasha immediately listed all my options for breakfast and provided a personal almond milk and rice Chex cereal as an added option. They were extremely accommodating. Both mom and baby were happy!

We spent one night in this hotel. The location is perfect and you have a nice view. Rooms are big. That's it. It is old style, refreshment can be done... and isolation of light and noise very bad... ok to stay one night

We really loved this place. Everyone was so friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge, coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was amazing! So many things to choose from - eggs, oatmeal,pancakes,fruits etc.

We stayed one night -- visited the Marina for an evening boat tour and toured Upper Antelope Canyon the next morning. Very clean and well appointed. The back balcony has a fabulous view. The breakfast was a very good hot meal. The hotel has a great location and very convenient to restaurants in the downtown area. Friendly staff -- I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was very clean. The views are very pretty off the back balcony. Our room was located right off the lobby so it was a little loud, but no big deal really.

This hotel has beautiful views of the Glen Canyon bridge and dam, and of the Grand Staircase National Park. The outdoor patio has the spectacular views. Only half of the rooms have the beautiful view, so be sure to ask for a room with a view. The rooms were clean but slightly dated. The breakfast very good and plentiful. Also, the staff was very friendly.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We were lucky to have a room with a great view. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. And even with the hotel fully booked, the breakfast area wasn't overcrowded in the morning. Good choice of food as well. We arrived on a chilly and rainy afternoon and the hottub was a nice place to relax for a bit. Conviently located for all the tourist attractions in the area. Great place and definitely recommend.

very disappointing stay, from arrival to departure. The location is OK with nice view overlook valley. Restaurants and bars close by. The rooms were OK too, standard as expected price level. Bad experience is behaviour and support of the whole staff we met, the booked breakfast. From Check-In to check out, unfriendly - absolutely not supportive with any questions and obviously not trained for service. Each question we had was answered ‘check website' - or ‘look on brochure'. We felt behaved not as a customer. We felt as cattle stressing the staff. Not to recommend if You want to feel a bit good accommodated. The breakfast was a plastic mess and most cheapest meal You can find. The tables are not cleaned up regularly, Compared to the price a joke... Sorry - if course the a bit aggressive manager will reply soon - built Your own picture..

Quite frankly, I am surprised by the service response you received as it does not sound like our desk service especially when our training does not ask to refer guests to check websites for themselves. As other reviews on here attests, most of our guests complements on our terrific service. This blood stain was on the coverlet of my bed. No compensation by Best Western. Do not stay here. The rooms are old. The only updates are to the lobby. The breakfast although large with many choices is not good. The only thing this hotel has going for it is a nice outdoor patio.

You showed the front desk of the stain the morning after your first night and told the hotel that there's no problem as long as it is changed out. The issue was corrected. Had the issue been reported at check-in, it would have also been a easy switch out. At check-out nothing else was said or mentioned by you. I am sorry if you had expected a discount for a easy correction, but our hotel policy is to resolve problems for the guest prior to check-out as we assume when guests have complaint issue the motivation is usually to have it resolved for a better stay and not by the motivation to receive a discount. The views from the ridge out to the canyon and Lake Powell were breathtaking! The breakfast was a full, wonderful, delicious meal. Not the dry and boring continental breakfast a lot of hotels offer. There's a Best Western Plus across the street. I wish I had known the proximity of the two hotels and would've done more research on value for stay . We were there less than eight hours and it was a bit pricey for a short sleep.

Clean place, newer accommodations and good breakfast! This hotel is located on the north end of town but still close to everything. 10 minute drive to Horseshoe Bend and my room had a decent view of the dam and golf course.

Stayed at the Best Western View of Lake Powell on the evening of October 12, 2018 on a planned trip to the north rim of the Grand Canyon to which I had never been. I found the rooms very acceptable during my stay. I did not experience a foul odor from the bathroom, I did not experience any issues with the comfort of my room or the cleanliness. This is an older building which I believe at one time was a Red Roof Inn but it has undergone extensive renovation since I was last there in 2008. In all fairness, the entire area has been built up significantly since I was last in Page which is why I get a kick out of much of the negativity in the other reviews. At check-in our reservation was in order and two rooms side by side were blocked for our party of four adults. We arrived late in the afternoon/early -evening after stopping in Flagstaff for lunch. At check-in our reservation was in order and two rooms side by side were blocked for our party of four adults. There were two reps working the front desk and both were polite upon check-in. Upon entering the room, it was a little stuffy but nothing that could not be fixed by simply opening the window (in October it is comfortable in Page so the A/C is really not needed). No odor coming from the bathroom or the room itself, no dirty bed linens, floors or towels. Rooms have a small fridge, coffee maker, a desk, and what appear to be Samsung 50" HDTV's equipped with basic cable (though not HD service -they could probably improve this if they used Satellite instead) though for me it wasn't a deal breaker as I was so tired after traveling I think I watched only an hour of TV before falling asleep in the large comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good, you do have to show room keys upon entering the breakfast area but this wasn't really anything to be upset about for obvious reasons. I found the square eggs a little strange (most hotel's scramble their eggs, so this was a first) but this actually made sense given the full occupancy and likely makes it much easier to keep up with the cooking when you have a large volume of guests to serve. You can sit in one of two rooms or have breakfast out on the patio as the sun rises as we chose to do. There is next to no reliable cell phone service in Page if you are with carriers such as AT&T or Sprint/T-Mobile. Verizon is spotty at best and not reliable. The hotel has free wi-fi and the speed is enough you can do basic things. Wi-fi signal on average for me on the property and in my room was about 2-3 bars. Wi-fi even works outside on the patio and in front where the benches are in the parking lot and was more than fast enough for my needs to make a phone call over Wi-fi to let family in Phoenix know we arrived in Page safely and look for a dinner place on Yelp and read a few reviews. I was also able to post a few photos I took on my drive up and had no issues with a dropped signal or the available bandwidth -and this was after I asked the rep at the desk if they were sold out which he said they were...so not sure where the complaints are coming from regarding the internet speed in Page. It's rural and in the middle of Navajo Nation. They are not connected to fiber optics so this considered, I think a speed of 50+ Mbps is more than reasonable so long as everyone isn't trying to stream Nextflix. You shouldn't be in Page to play on your phone all the time anyway. If you need content to play on your device to entertain kids, have music, etc...you may want to consider downloading it before you leave home. Do this especially with music as there is only one station that plays music called Jack FM (and actually it was pretty good music) and there is no coverage on Navajo land from any of the carriers. So unless you have satellite radio, you are out of luck as even the two stations page has, tend to fade out along 89A going around the foothills. -I just thought it was helpful to mention this as a means to be prepared which is your responsibility, not the hotel's. All in all, I would stay here again. I thought the property was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. The service for a few nights is more than adequate and you can also get some beautiful photos of the sunset on the mountains and lake from their wonderful patio -regardless of where your room is. If your issue is because you booked a room with no view, then you should probably call the property to double check and not just assume it's automatic. For the non-gypsy and non-crazy traveller who has better things to do, the Best Western View of Lake Powell will more than suffice.

Very welcoming staff! Location is a short walking distance to restaurants. Rooms are clean and daily room cleaning was excellent. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud. Variety of breakfast foods available. Lovely view of valley.

Booked a room in November for a stay in April. The ventilation and AC was not working at all. Informed the hotel staff at 6 pm but nothing was done till 10 pm. At 11 pm, we were told that this can't be fixed, we offer you a 20% discount or take a full refund and search for a new hotel some where else. Highly unprofessional behavior. The hotel manager and owner just refused to talk over phone. The bed had a sharp metal coming out which was very dangerous. It was wrapped with a towel. Will never stay here again.

The staff here is so pleasant and hard working, and I had to give a big shout out to Kendra! I noticed her working HARD yesterday morning running breakfast, still here late at night at the front desk, and then here early again this morning at breakfast, greeting us with a smile! We came to this really beautifully placed hotel a bit early and as our room was not ready yet, so even though they were not particually friendly they stored our lugage so we could go to Antelope Valley. But first we went to the terrase of the hotel and the views from there were breath taking. So beautiful. Anyway we got back to the hotel later on and got our room. Unfortunately it was facing the opposite way towards the town, but we could not see that either because the hotel sign was in front of our window. What a disappointment in such a beautiful place...the room it self was fine and the breakfast was nice. My husband forgot his passport and credit cards at the hotel and the staff was now very helpful and they arranged the whole lot to be sent to one of our new destinations. Thank you very much for that, it was very nice of you.

we recently stayed at the Best Western in Page. The hotel staff was very friendly from the moment we checked in. The hotel was clean . Although we did not have a room overlooking the beautiful terrain , there are patios for relaxing. The hotel is located near several good restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. The pool wasn't open while we were there, but we were able to use the hot tub. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. We did enjoy a nice evening on the deck for a beautiful sunset.

My friend and I wanted to give a major shout out to Tasha, Callista, Bernita and Kendra form the breakfast serving team. They were so nice and helpful when we dropped our food all over the place. They helped clean up, get a us new full plates and checked in on us throughout our time eating. Super friendly!

The rooms were amazing but the breakfast was perfect! Tasha, Callisto, Bernie's, and Kendra were an amazing team making sure that the breakfast line moved quickly and efficiently and everything was stocked and ready for guests to enjoy!

We arrived without reservations, but chose Best Western because we usually have a good experience. Our front desk gal was warm and friendly and made our checking in go great. Our room was clean, breakfast was good and the gal chekcing us out was very helpful.

I was concerned when I first drove up to the hotel as the outside of the hotel looks dated. The inside lobby and rooms actually look nice. I had a view of Lake Powell which was beautiful. I was at the Best Western Premier Grand Canyon Squire prior to checking in to Best Western View of Lake Powell. While I was at the Premier I received a text message notification from my bank for a charge to Best Western Arizona Inn. I knew I hadn't booked there. So I went to the front desk at Premier to inquire if they charged my card. They said no. They had their accounting department research it and they couldn't find anything. They gave me the phone number to corporate accounting. They couldn't find anything. I was given the phone number to Best Western Arizona Inn. They told me they weren't aware of the charge and they didn't have my name in their system. As a prior victim of identity theft I naturally assumed it was a fraudulent charge. So I reported it to my bank. I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued. Chase monitored the rest of my transactions while on vacation as I only travelled with one card. I had to inform all the places that I had my card linked to for direct debits of my new card number. It was a pain to have to deal with that while on vacation. After leaving Premier I checked into Lake Powell. I enjoyed my stay. When I got home I realized Lake Powel never charged my card. So I called to let them know. I was then informed that they charged me early and that it would appear as Best Western Arizona Inn. I told them I thought that was a fraud charge because I never booked or stayed there while on vacation. They told me their system processes the transactions under that name. I explained the major inconvenience I went through as a result. It was so frustrating. I received a few points for my inconvenience. But that does not make up for the stress I went through dealing with all that and all the phone calls I had to make to find out what was going on. The hotel needs to report their transactions with the name of the hotel or at the very least inform guests in advance that it would appear under a different name. I also didn't know I was going to be charged before I arrived. I don't recall selecting an advance purchase option when I booked my stay. I understand if I was outside of the free cancellation period. But the charges should be made based on the check in dates.

This is a hidden gem. The view is amazing. The staff was better then a 5 star resort .They were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They recommended the best restaurant and attractions. There is a deck with comfortable seating and a fire pit to relax and take in the view. This hotel is a great value with clean quiet rooms and free breakfast

Chose this hotel for our overnight stay before visiting Antelope Canyon. Clean, remodeled, large room and friendly employees. Nice views too. Close enough to walk to restaurants as well. Would recommend this hotel to other families.

We had a great stay : the location is perfect and the hotel is very clean. The price are reasonnable. We also have a great panoramic view from the hotel. Also the breakfast was fantastic and we were served by Fae Kendra who was very friendly and also very helpful.

Nice, easy to get to hotel in Page. Friendly Reception clerks but slow internet and the breakfast needs an upgrade with more choices. Good value and the room was very clean and spacious. Reception area staff were also very knowledgeable about restaurants and local area attractions.

This place was great! The best part was definitely the view. Page has some absolutely incredible mountains! There is also free breakfast so that is always a nice perk you don't always get anymore. The hotel staff was also kind and they did some renovations that make the hotel look tasteful. We also got a very reasonable rate on our room. The bed was a little hard and water pressure was on the lower end, but those are my only complaints! Well done BW!

We have rented 2 rooms for a family of 5. The rooms are specious. Unfortunately we got the even numbers rooms - which face the parking lot - if you can ask for a room with an uneven number - and you'll enjoy some better view. Rooms and baths are very clean, there is plenty of parking place, the balcony at the lobby has some comfy sofas and has a great view - a good place to relax after a long day with a complimentary coffee they offer .

Went to see the canyons in Page, AZ with my daughter and spent the night there. The hotel was clean and the staff courteous. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping needs. Close to sights. Not fancy but it had everything we needed at a very reasonable cost.

This hotel is in a great location. It is an exceptional value, extremely clean with a very good breakfast. All staff were extremely nice! We will definitely return to this hotel and encourage others to stay here also.

We stayed in a King room on the lower level. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. The view is wonderful although you don't see much of the lake but you still see a wonderful landscape of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast had many options (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, pastries, cereal, yogurt cups, toast, mini bagels, apples and oranges). Staff was nice and check in/out was easy. Hot tub was nice. Room on the lower level can be fairly loud as our door seal doesn't seem the best (you could see light coming through the cracks) although we didn't have any problems with noise at night. Location is great, 5 min walking to restaurants and is next to the Page running trail. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Especially for the price!

We have stayed in a number of Best Western Hotels on this trip. This is not the best one. Our room was "Lake View". The building is shaped like a shallow "V", with one leg (rooms 320 to 345) perpendicular to the lake (North-South?), and the other (rooms x01 to x19) somewhat Southeast-Northwest. Rooms 320 to 345 could be called "Lake View", able to see the small sliver of the lake visible from this hill, but for 301 to 319, it is a real exaggeration. The room was fairly large, with room to unpack suitcases. The bathroom is very odd; a small round toilet about eight inches from the wall, with the toilet paper dispenser hanging over your legs. There is a window on the bathroom on a wall facing the sleeping area; every time the light is turned on in the bathroom, the sleeping room is flooded with light. The HVAC blower blows directly up into the curtains; the billowing curtains cut off most of the air flow. The free breakfast was something of a cattle-herding operation, which may be necessary due to high tourist numbers in the high season. Here they have an attendant behind a counter, not creating custom omelets, but handing out bowls of oatmeal. If you want any condiments (chocolate chips, brown sugar, etc.), she must add them. There is a Best Western Plus on the hill above this facility, with no lake view, but looks much newer. I don't know what a "Plus" consists of, but I suspect it is a better choice. As of March 2019, Internet service in all of Page is fairly slow. A fibre-optic cable is supposed to make it to town this year, which would improve the speed dramatically.

The hotel has been a nice stay until we noticed that our reservation was incorrect for the number of children. (We have two children and our reservation said one, which is odd that it was changed as the default is 2 adults, 2 children) We tried to update this with no avail. They told us that they would need to pay $10.95 for the child who was left off the reservation.

This hotel had friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, and good hot breakfast. It was close to everything there is to do and see in Page. Kendra at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again next time.

This hotel is beautiful. The lobby has outdoor seating that overlooks the beautiful mountains and lake. The check in process was fast and Kendra was very helpful. There is free WiFi and free access to computers and printers, which was very helpful for booking our tours. The rooms are nice and have wood floors, which I prefer over carpet. I highly suggest upgrading to a room with a view, as the view is amazing! There is also complimentary breakfast that had lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Page!

The hotel is very nice and the room was big enough for my wife, my son and myself, very good decorated, they have information about tours around the area, cafeteria is very good and clean, their associates there are very nice.

This is a great location to stay when visiting Page. It is walking distance to numerous restaurants. The views out the back side of the hotel are incredible at first light and at sunset. The hot tub was open but the pool was not. The hotel itself is in pretty good shape and was clean. The breakfast was good and comparable to other Best Westerns.

Recently stayed here over President's day weekend 2019. Kendra was friendly and helpful. She also gave us a wealth of information regarding the various activities/restaurants available to us in the surrounding area.

I chose this hotel because of the outdoor area where you can sit and relax whilst taking in the view of the valley and it didn't disappoint. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the room price and there was plenty of seating and choices available.

Kendra was so helpful! She helped us look for a new tour company when our antelope canyon tour was cancelled due to weather. We loved the view of Lake Powell and enjoyed our stay. It was an up to date and modern hotel.

If you are visiting Page......stay here! But.....make sure you get a room with a view. One half of the hotel faces the wide open spaces or Arizona, somewhere in the distance the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Just spectacular to sit by the window and look at that scenery. There is a rollaways desk, positioned that in front of the window to write my postcards.......or pull a comfy chair up to the window and read a book. It was actually a pleasure to spend time in the room because if the view. The lobby is beautiful, coffee available and many good tea choices, newspapers......all complimentary. Breakfast, included, amazing.......this morning I had toasted bagel, yoghurt with walnuts and granola and there is the usual stuff like eggs and sausage, pastries, pancakes.......HIGHLY recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Even thou our room didn't have the view of the dam and bridge, it was big, clean, comfortable. Their breakfast was good and had a great variety of food types, hot and cold. The only thing we felt it was missing was the fact that the morning receptionist had no idea of the attractions in the area, other than the obvious Antelope Canyons. They should prepare the receptionist to be a little more knowledgeable about attractions.

The hotel is in the perfect location, and is beautifully decorated. Has a pool, hot tub, and view of Lake Powell and numerous mountain ranges. Kendra was welcoming and very helpful. I will recommend to everyone I know.

We stayed at this hotel recently. It was confortable,a good continental breakfast was included and the Young man(Modo) who worked at the breakfast service was very kind and helpful. We recommand that hotel. The view of the valley is incredible. Karo-Line

Desr JoseCamel, Our hotel has view side and non view side room types. There is an upcharge for view side rooms. As you can understand, otherwise ieveryone would argue over a room facing the view side. It is not a first come first dibs. Our booking rroom descriptions also indicate this feature difference as well as our booking confirmation. In summary, you had booked a NON view room and paid less for your room than guests who stayed on opposite side of hall. Nonetheless, all guests have access to enjoy our beautiful view from lobby veranda, breakfast room, and hot tub area. May I suggest you research more on the hotel next time prior to booking, so you aren't disappointed by your chosen room type? I am sorry your expectations weren't met. Thank you.

Stayed here for two nights in Jan. Nice hotel clean and quiet. Free breakfast was great and a huge bonus to kick off the morning. The only recommendation is the AC - it can only be turned on or off (the temp control setting is not working) so I have to adjust a few times during the night. But overall a nice stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Price was great, beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was great! Everything was clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly Dominica was super friendly and so was the staff working the breakfast.

We had a great stay with Best Western View of Lake Powel. Kendra was friendly and informative at checkin and helped us find a great place for dinner. The breakfast buffet was great and Argenmado, was freindly and provided excellent customer service. Our room was clean, well appointed and beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the view with the room and the sunsets. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good selection. Even with a variety of cold cuts like you see for European breakfasts. What made a lasting impression on us was the breakfast team member server named Argenmado. He is a very, very hard worker and multi-tasks in amazing ways. Uses plastic gloves, changes them a multiple of times, to make sure everything is clean. I even saw him thoroughly wipe down a baby high chair for the next family with kids. He does above and beyond his duties. He took his job very seriously, but also smiled and was kind. Now, this is important - please heed ----- I recommend him for a raise! Argenamado scores an outstanding job performance as this hotels gem. What a great way to start the day with Argenamado. Bernita, another breakfast team server, was very nice, too.

This hotel was grand and had a view too. Price was right too. Ate nearby for supper at Stromboli's and it was excellent. Front desk staff very helpful and pleased we were there. Go and try it for yourself

The room was big and confortable. The breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choice but good. The crew was really disponible. The view of lake Powell is not as expected but the area is great. If I'm in the area I would stop by again. We were helped by Stephanie, Sam & Dominica. Great persons.

The hotel was fine. Just do not book based on seeing a view of Lake Powell. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. I was not able to access the internet but they were kind enough to have a sign at the desk explaining why, so I understood.

Very wonderful place to stay in Page for visiting Horse shoe bend, antilop caynon, some reservation land for India tribe. very good breakfast, concenient transportation, and excellent service in front desk. Gest room is neat, clean, comfortable and decorated very good with marvelous pictures of antilope caynon. The bed is very comfortable. We like it very much.

The highlight was the breakfast. It was really busy but they had a lot of food and it was all pretty good. The bad thing was the general condition of the hotel was very dirty. The room was alright, but when we moved the pillows on the top cover (coverlet) of the bed it was dirty underneath of them. We pulled it off and just used the sheets and our own pillows. At least there was no carpet in the room, it had vinyl tile that was clean. There was a window in the bathroom that went out to the main room, which was odd. You couldn't use the bathroom at night without flooding the room where everyone else was sleeping with light. All of the carpets throughout the entire hotel were dirty and stained. Really bad. The main lobby was dirty and all of the hallways were as well. I included 5 pictures of all 3 levels of the hotel carpets and one of the main lobby. I wouldn't stay here again,nor would I recommend this place for anyone else. The general idea is that it is really run down..

On 12/14/18, we drove up to Page, AZ not knowing where we would spend the night. We searched online and found a reasonable rate with this BW. It was late, we were hungry. The room was excellent. Anthony, at the desk, was able to recommend some restaurants in the area that were open. He gave us a list and a map. He was also great with answering other questions we had about the area making sure we were aware of the morning hot breakfast served the next day. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great, clean hotel with a good selection of delicous breakfast items. Thank you Anthony for making our stay easy.

We stayed at the Best Western View over the Christmas Holiday. The hotel was full and the breakfast rooms were packed with guests. All three employees worked very hard with smiles on their faces to please everyone. It was a lovely way to start the day. Argenmado, Jeri and Kendra who worked at Breakfast were great.

I stayed here with family on our brief trip to Antelope Canyon. The room was clean, comfortable and modern, with beautiful views of Glen Canyon. We received friendly and courteous service from Argenmado, the employee who managed the complimentary breakfast.

We stayed here for a night after Grand Canyon and on route to antelope canyon the next day. It was booked by the tour guide . 5 of us , we paid for 2 rooms , hopefully to get connecting rooms . The wierd part is we did get the rooms next to each other and have a door between us but it can't be open because the table on both rooms actually blocked the connection . So in short they don't have any connecting rooms available as the design had flaw. Rooms seems dated. Breakfast was quite good and the staff at the breakfast area was really nice. We probably won't come back here again .

Its a Perfect Hotel with a perfect view. The stuff are really friendly. The breakfast it's so delicious. You are in 10 minutes at the horseshoe bend and in 15 minutes by the Antilope Canyon. Thank you!

Wonderful service from Dominica checking is in, all the way until checkout. Very good breakfast. Great views. I would stay here anytime I am in Page, Arizona. The location is ideal, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Checked in and was greeted by Dominica. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were pretty bare, but the amenities made up for it. Great view on the west facing side. Breakfast was surprisingly good and complete, not the average free breakfast. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and location is an easy walk to most restaurants and the free internet was fast. I would come back...

Room was great , we got a room with a view saw an awesome sunset. good location close to downtown stores and restaurants , morning breakfest was buffet style had eggs , sausage , grilled potatoes, SOS, oatmeal, very good breakfest to start your day touring Antelope Canyon.

Very good, clean and spacious hotel with reasonable rate. we enjoyed the view of lake Powell. Breakfast was delicious with eggs (powder and hard boiled) and sausage , the waitress were tentative to our needs and acted quickly to our requests . We will come again

Extremely horrible customer service. We reached the hotel around 9 pm. We got a room with broken air conditioning. Even after multiple requests, no one fixed the air conditioning. One of the employee named Stephanie, who was at the front desk, wasn't serious at resolving the issue. When we asked about changing our room, one of the hotel staff member said, “it is not possible. do whatever you can”. You cannot treat a customer like this, especially in the middle of the night. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

I am so sorry our hotel did not meet your expectations. You must have stayed this past summer when air conditioning was needed during your stay. Unfortunately, AC can break down without notice. We do what we cant to fix, but sometimes parts cannot be found in the middle of night, so it becomes a problem that even the desk clerk cannot control especially when the hotel is completely sold out. Thank you for your comments. You were probably given a discount for your inconveniences. Our AC's are all working now. We wish you well.

Wonderful view from our room! Excellent breakfast. Good eggs and sausage. Wide selection of breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. We'll stay there again next time we travel through Page.

We stayed for 1 night. It was clean, nice staff, quick check in and out. Breakfast was more than adequate (full breakfast). There are tables on a deck with the view of the lake where you can eat. Restaurant walking distance to hotel. Not sure what poll was like -closed for the season. Bed was comfortable, pillows are very firm and big. Has frig, microwave and Keurig in the room. Up to date decor. Very good value, booked off Expedia.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Lake View BW in Page, AZ. There were two disappointments for us: The internet (wi-fi) was basically non-existent. There is a sign at check in to inform guests that Page has poor internet, but there has to be some solution like Hughes Net or something. The other problem for us is that the hotel has no bath tubs. The shower is great - clean and plenty of instant hot water. The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good, but the same every day.

From the check in - to the check out, we love this place. With the cozy, updated rooms, spacious showers and more. This was our second stay here. They offer an Amazing breakfast and great views with the Lakeside room!

The view from our room was lovely, but the actually feel of the room was a little off. It wasn't very comfortable feeling and the loud AC unit did not help us sleep at night! The breakfast was not great so we went out for breakfast.

We stay here for two nights. We really like it. The hostest told us it was remodel not long ago. The hotel is located in a great place and have a beautiful view, clean room and nicely decorated, friendly stuff, very nice continental breakfast. Great value. Good amenities.

We were there one night to see the sites in the area. The hotel sits up high on a bend going into town, so there is a view. But it's not really of Lake Powell, which is a ways in the distance. It's mostly a view of the road and landscape leading down to Glen Canyon Dam (which forms Lake Powell). And our room was a bit diagonal from the view, so we had to look to the side, or go to the balcony one floor down. So, other than the view of Lake Powell being a bit misleading, it was a great hotel experience. The room had a comfortable bed, great WiFi, TV and shower! Microwave and refrigerator. Excellent breakfast with all the hot and cold foods you could possibly want, served up by servers! Best "complimentary breakfast" I have ever seen in my travels! Outdoor deck and pool. Friendly staff. Great value for the price! Would definitely stay here again!

Check in man was great. Check out lady was great. And the young lady at breakfast was especially good. Really couldn't fault any of the staff here at all, all very smiley and polite and helpful. Breakfast itself was ok - they made biscuits and gravy taste very good(!) but personally I'm not a fan of stone cold frittata. Rooms were probably clean but the fittings are now so old it was difficult to tell, I'd be surprised if the place has had a refurb since the 90s. Everything in the room just seemed old, but especially in the bathroom with a weird frosted window between the toilet and the bedroom and all the limescaled fittings. Noise transference from the corridor and the next room was very high but thankfully everyone seemed to go to bed early so it quietened down. Bed was very comfortable. We had a nice view from the room of the surrounding cliffs. Lake Powell isn't near the hotel so any view is far off in the distance. We picked this hotel as we wanted to walk to dinner rather than drive and although you definitely can do this distance-wise, it didn't feel particularly safe after dark so we stopped after 5mins and just went into a chain pizza place. I think the place is fine for a night, and if you are arriving late and don't want dinner it's probably perfect. Overall - great staff, tired room and not great location for dinner

We booked into a dreadful motel just up the road from here and were so pleased that the BW View could accommodate us instead. We had a room at the back overlooking Lake Powell and the Page Dam. The room was good with TV, microwave and 2 very comfortable beds. Good shower, although they were a bit stingy with toiletries. Strangely, there is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. Although in the lobby there is complimentary coffee. Breakfast was a disappointment. Anything served with disposable plates and plastic cutlery isn't going to be good. There was lots of choice, but none tasted very good. Would still recommend it though.

I have been traveling this past week and stayed at lots of places with "breakfast". BW Lake Powell was in a class by itself. Bernita, Bill, and Etta were diligent in creating a warm and welcoming environment. This was more than a self serve environment.... these three were busy serving and making sure the food was fresh and replenished. Thank you BW View Crew for a good start for the day.

Recently spent 2 weeks at this property while on business. The hotel is well placed overlooking part of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The room was comfortable, bed was good and the overall experience was favorable. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and there is some shopping nearby. Free breakfast was good. Negatives were kind of slow WiFi and no laundry service. Hotel was quiet and grounds were clean. I will stay here next time I come to Page.

We made a roadtrip through the usa and stayed at 8 different hotels. Most hotels were a little bit dissapointing: they looked great on internet but they were in reality just not so good and clean as the pictures shown on internet except from the Best Western hotel in Page! This hotel is super clean and the rooms are exactly as shown on internet. Also you can enjoy coffee or tea and we even had an microwave in our room. Very good breakfast with many things to choose from and with a lovely view on the valley of Page. I would defenitely recommand this hotel!

Beautiful views from the terrace. Great place to relax after a lot of driving. Breakfast is quite substantial & breakfast staff: Falene, Bill & Mileena could not be more helpful. In fact the entire hotel staff is notably hard working & very friendly.

For a 2.5 star hotel this gets 5 stars. Clean and modern accommodations at a good rate. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and great staff Bernita, Fae and Bill. Perfect location for tours to both upper and lower Antelope Canyon.

My husband and I wanted to come and photograph the slot canyons and Grand Canyon. Page seemed the beat place to stay. We looked around and picked this hote by price and amenities not really knowing much about the area. We picked right. There isn't a bad view from any room. The hotel staff is so accommodating. Bill, Bernita, and Etta were up early making breakfast and greeting people who came down for the ample breakfast every day. It was a full breakfast too worthy of hikers and the like. I The rooms are a tiny bit dated but the artwork (photos taken in the famous Antelop Canyon) is beautiful. We took advantage of the coffee maker, microwave(when we were too tired to go out) and the decent sized refrigerator in the room. Thank you too all of the staff. You really seem to care that your guests enjoy their visit and the area. We highly recommend and we WILL be back.

Lucked out with this hotel selection! It was my first time in Lake Powell and visited to participate in a half marathon. There are a lot of hotels in Page. I chose this hotel out of brand loyalty. I was disappointed. it is not up to my usual standards. The breakfast was just ok. They should change the variety of hot dishes from day to day. The view is only from one side of the hotel so if that is important, be sure to request room with a view. Lobby has ice water, coffee, and tea all day which was nice. Nice lobby.

We originally booked to stay at La Quinta & changed to stay here instead, that proved to be a good move as the other hotel was at the far end of town & this one is just a short walk to restaurants, shops bars etc. The room was adequate in size but the queen beds both had continental quilts on which were not needed in hot conditions. I folded these up & put to one side but the maid put them back on when she made up the beds the next morning. The bathroom sink did have a musty smell but didn't bother us, shower was nice & large and towels provided were good quality. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace with our wine before going out for a meal, there are nice views of the countryside and golf course but the lake itself was dried up so not visible. We wanted to visit Antelope Canyon but didn't anticipate the tours would be fully booked when we were in Page and were moving on so missed out. So if you are planning a trip, pre-book your tour in advance of arrival. Instead we had a walk out to Horseshoe Bend which was quite stunning then we drove down to Lake Powell itself, surprised to find it was run by National Parks, not that it mattered as we had an Annual Pass but not sure it was worth the fee without this.

I triple checked my reservation as well as tripadvisor when I checked in to be sure this was the same hotel I booked based off of the photos and reviews. I cannot believe this hotel got anything more than a 3 star rating. For $400 for 2 nights, it's ludicrous what you get, a view of the parking lot in a dark room with a LOUD A/C and a bathroom that has a window into the bedroom... yes, that's right, the window was into the bedroom to a view of the beds. The bathroom had a perpetually horrible smell which I am guessing is from the drain. I was thankful for no plumbing issues though given this. The A/C was loud and rattling and woke me up several times at night, the one window in the room would not have provided enough ventilation to sleep with the A/C off. The staff was very rude and standoffish, for example, I asked the woman at the front desk if she had any recommendations of maps of the area for exploration, without looking up from her paperwork she told me to go to the visitor center which was up the street to the left at the museum (which btw I went to and was closed) and that was the extent of her assistance. The breakfast was awful. It is mind boggling to me that this hotel is reviewed so highly, perhaps all the "lake view" rooms are updated and amazing and it's only the rooms facing the parking lot that are terrible? I'm not quite sure. But I would never stay in a Best Western again, was my first time and will surely be my last, for a budget hotel this was QUITE pricey with no good qualities.

I realize sometimes when a guest books, they do not read the descriptions and become disappointed by the assumptions they made and everything goes down the hill from there to justify the mistake. Nonetheless, I hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful view from the lobby balcony and breakfast room. Thank you.

Nice view of Lake Powell and dam. Good location to head out to explore area. Staff friendly and breakfast was fine and convenient. Rooms could use a sitting area although there are nice sitting areas inlobby area and by pool. Wish they had a laundry. Would return.

For $170 we had a Parking lot view. The LAKE is nowhere to be seen! Our toilet overflowed onto the floor on 1st flush. Nasty! When I checked out (1st thing in the morning) & told the "manager" of the terrible nights stay, she said the lake is down & I didn't book a "Lakeview" room, even though my reservation stated Lakeview? The hotel is called BW Lakeview, but don't be misled. I was told I would get a %15 refund, but have been told no since I've returned home. Was told that toilets overflow because of the guest!? 100 + rooms & a 6 person jacuzzi? I love staying at Best Westerns here in Michigan & a Lakeview room overlooks the lake. The Page Az BW is a ripoff & has rude staff other than the midnight desk girl who did so much to try to help. Even cleaned up the smelly mess in our bathroom but the bathroom was unusable due to the odor . Poor rating is generous at best. PS- Where is THE LAKE in the picture they show here? 4 miles to the right

Our "Lakeview" Room was a Parking lot view with mountains in the background. Scenic BUT Not Lakeview! Lake Powell is not visible from where we stayed. The Dam is visible. The toilet overflowed on 1st flush & we used all of our towels to absorb the smelly mess. Luckily the night desk receptionist Kendra came & cleaned up the mess & brought more towels, but we couldn't use the bathroom due to the smell. We used the lower floor guest bathroom by the pool. Was awake from 2am until 5 am. Skipped breakfast & just wanted to check out! Asked manager about a credit or refund & was told I would get a 15% refund!? Really? What a waste of time & $! LAKEVIEW? Where? What a Farce.

Hotel did not cause your toilet overflow. Typically it's from user. We have 102 rooms rented on the night of your stay and only your toilet overflowed after your use. I think 15% coutersy discount is good for the user issues you brought up. We were wish you well. Thank you.

Very clean room, gorgeous views, and amazing breakfast. We really appreciated the remodeling that ripped out old carpet, and put down wood looking floors. Breakfast included chicken fried steak, which we have never seen on a breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of food that included cheeses and ham. Overall, beautiful place with staff that was extremely courteous. .

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.The condition of the hotel is regrettable, but worse - and significantly so - is the behavior of the staff. One is particular - their Office Manager - has no understanding of hotels.com and credit card billing practices, and she is the most discourteous hotel employee I've ever encountered. Best Western's Corporate Office was horrified to hear how I'd been treated, and compensated me financially. They're also reviewing this particular employee's employment. But the owners and manager won't answer my communications, so they may be quite surprised when their franchise comes into review. The hotel is also being reviewed by hotels.com, who I booked through, and who also could not believe the treatment I was subjected to and made restitution.

Dear Flopsily, Your hotels.com reservation was guaranteed with a Discover card. At check-in you wanted to switch to your American Express Card. The office manager informed you the Discover has already been authorized for the charge, so you decided to keep it on the Discover Card. At check out you wanted to use your American Express card again and was told the room was charged to your Discover Card on file. You then decided to split the payment between your Discover Card and American Express Card. Perhaps, you should check with hotels.com to find out why they didn't guarantee your room with your American Express card? I am sorry, but the history of your booking is quite clear. Someone wanted to pay with American Express, but reserved the room under Discover Card. I'm glad you were paid off.

My friend and I loved that hotel, we felt very comfortable and safe around the area that I've never been to, we choose this hotel to be close to the antelope canyon and also the lake Powell where we had some adventures, to go to these adventures you need to book in advance. The hotel has a great view to the desert, great continental breakfast with options for me vegan at the time, they have a nice hot tub where we enjoyed the cold night looking at the desert and also a great staff who let us have a late check out (1 more hour) we really appreciated everything, definitely going back when possible.

Spent six nights here on a recent trip to the sights surrounding Page, AZ and it was pleasantly beyond my expectations. After arriving later in the evening somewhat exhausted from our drive from Phoenix, the front desk quickly checked us in. The hotel location is great - a short drive to Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, etc. There are also several restaurants that are within walking distance as well as a supermarket. Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave which made it easy and convenient to reheat leftovers. The breakfast staff - Etta, Bill, Jasmine and Bernita - kept the buffet fully stocked even with a sold out hotel and also assisted me in finding low carb options. Our room was large, clean and inviting with a great view of the dam area and Lake Powell beyond.

The smell was so bad in the bathroom we changed rooms, I was told later it was probably the drain backing up. If it was the smell must have been there during and after cleaning, that did not happen between check-out and check-in. We are usually satisfied with this chain, lets hope this was an anomaly.

Nice hotel with nice view. Easy walk to a couple restaurants and grocery store. We had a very long check in as understaffed that day.Ok breakfast but could not keep up with the demand, and the coffee is very weak! Room was fine, small, but had places to put stuff. The linens policy was what got me upset. They change everything even if you had barely touched it and hung it up. This lack of awareness by the owners of a sophisticated hotel is just unbelievable in this day and age.

Stayed here for two nights on a 10 day tour of the southwest. This hotel had a great location, a terrific view and a great free breakfast. On the down side was that the room was noisy. We were on the street side and could hear conversations in the parking lot and an argument at a nearby restaurant. The in-wall blower unit was very noisy and our room by the elevator was subjected to people talking as they got off and we could hear them in the room. I think some of this has to do with the design of the hotel with tiled floors and high ceilings which looked nice but tended to accentuate the sound. Also, there was an almost 1-1/2" gap under our door which didn't help keep noise out. For some reason the bathroom in our room had a glass window in it in the wall toward the bedroom (why they put that in there I'll never know). When someone went in to the bathroom and turned on the light, it lit up the entire room, thus disturbing the sleep of the others.There were signs throughout the hotel saying "silent zone" and encouraging people in the hallways to keep conversations down. I think this speaks to the general noise problem in the hotel. On the positive side, this hotel had a GREAT view from the main patio. The staff was helpful and friendly. Those staffing the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. There were lots of food options there. The room was clean and the bed/mattress were excellent. It appeared that there were attempts to make this a nice, attractive place. Maybe that's why they call it Best Western Plus. However, there is a noise problem. Of all the hotels I stayed at during our 10 night trip, this was my worst experience. I would stay there again but would insist on a room on the side away from the parking lot and not near the elevator. As or that window in the bathroom, I still can't figure that one out. Was the architect drunk?

The room was OK but we were with a bus tour and had the buffet breakfast. All the other hotels we stayed at provided excellent breakfasts, so what went wrong here? The only hot food was from a toaster and a pancake machine! And there was only a small table with a few cold choices on it. I really expect more from a major hotel chain like this one.

Very friendly staff, convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay, had a balcony, the room was roomy and comfortable, pool was refreshing. Close to Glen Canyon Would highly recommend and would choose this location for a future stay.

We managed to find our way to this Best Western Hotel. It's small but spacious enough. The rooms and bathroom were nice. The swimming pool was a good size but was cold at night. The jacuzzi is a good size. There's a seating area outside that overlooks the pool area, but the view of Lake Powell was not what I expected. You can see it but all that great. It's a convenient location if you're staying the night then heading over to Horseshoe bend and Lower or Upper Antelope Canyon. I liked that the lobby area had free tea/coffee which is self served. The breakfast that was included in the price was more than I imagined. It was good! The staff was friendly. We wished there was some kind of gift shop at the hotel. There's a few stores in the area like Safeway and Walmart. If you don't want to go to eat at the restaurants around, you could always order in for pizza. It's a cute little place and I would come back again.

We stayed here before visiting Horseshoe Bend the next morning. The room was clean, the ice machine was conveniently located, and the service was friendly. We even showed up late to breakfast, and they still let us eat. If we had more time, I would have liked to swim in the pool--lovely with fountains and a great desert view. Horseshoe Bend is only minutes away, so this hotel is the perfect location to stay if you want to visit that attraction.

Outstanding customer service at the breakfast bar from the team of Bill, Etta, Jasmine, and Lydia! Best breakfast that we have had at a hotel in a long time. Very good room and nice check-in folks also.

Our room had the strangest window placement. The bathroom had a window behind the toilet which faced into our room next to the bed. Our room windows looked onto the hotel balcony. People could peer right into our room. It was very awkward. Our room was also noisy because it was right next to the lobby. The breakfast was good though. It's a buffet with hot items like eggs, sausage, and oatmeal along with typical hotel breakfast items. It was an above average breakfast for this type of hotel. With so many hotels in the area, I cannot recommend this one, mostly due to the window situation.

Reception staff polite but not friendly, no eye contact, talked to computer, not us. Shower door could not be closed as it was falling off the wall. Floors were filthy and the rug in the reception area is a disgrace. As for promoting a view of the lake, it is so far in the distance it can barely be seen. This is by far the worst experience of Best Western that we have had on our visit to America.

This Best Western was one of the cheaper options during our overnight stay in Page. We paid around $225 with tax on a Wednesday evening in August so we could cover Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon during our stay. The Restaurant was pretty nice for a Best Western that included a fridge, desk, tv, and pool. Parking was included as well as breakfast (however breakfast was limited hours for around 3 hours). Staff was friendly and room was pretty spacious to sleep 4 in a 2 queen bed room. Location was ideal and about 20 minutes from Horseshoe and Antelope Canyon. I wouldn't mind staying here again and definitely beats the travelodge hotel across the street as the cheapest option to stay overnight in Page.

The staff are helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of hot stuff. The location is very close to upper antelope canyon. The lobby and sitting area are big and comfortable. The only thing concerns me is that the toilet was a little rundown. The smell was not fresh when we entered the room. That's why I cannot give it five stars.

What I liked: the staff, the views and the breakfast! Plus the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable; everything was clean and worked well; front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable; and checkout was a snap. In room Keurig for coffee. (Lower) Antelope Canyon was about 10 mins driving. What I didn't like: WiFi wasn't amazing. But to be fair, this is a mountainous region snd there was a heads-up warning at the front desk.

We booked this hotel through Expedia for $124 (w taxes) which is good price for this time of the year. Page is very popular in the summer and hotels can run expensive. We had a small view of the lake but it's better then looking at the street on the other side. Nice room with pictures of Antelope Canyon on the walls. Very clean with large walk in shower. The breakfast included hot items along with the traditional cereals and toast. Why sit in the breakfast room when you can sit on the deck overlooking the lake.

What to expect from an average Best Western hotel? Well, this one in Page was clean, the room was okay (noisy aircon, but that's reality at a lot of places) and we were happy that we could check in a bit earlier than the official 4 pm. We had a good night. The unpleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast. It was cheap in every way. Disposable plates, terrible yoghurt, plastic cheese etc. Spend a few dollars more on breakfast elsewhere, it is worth it. Otherwise, a decent place to spend one night on your way to the next destination.

Overall, our stay here was fine. The room appeared to have been upgraded recently. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent/typical. We would stay here again. The only negative was the price (on the high side).

Older hotel that needs updating especially The pool area. Rooms were average size with room for a rollaway for our child. Clean but a bit worn. View was of Glen Dam and The surroundings. Breakfast with lots of choices but very busy. Would choose somewhere Else (newer) next time in Page.

For such a price, we expected better. The service was bad, the pool turbid, there were no parasols around it and the breakfast was poor too (plastic through-out plates, cutlery and cups, not enough tables outside, no fruit salad, the ananas was from the can, breakfast room wasn't nice). There was no key or instruction to call the reception desk from the room phone. The location though is great, and the room nice (but no safe inside) but could have been cleaner. We had also asked for a room on the second floor two months in advance which we didn't get.

Our hotel also offers various online discounts throughout the year. Our hotel uses plastic cutleries and paper plates and cups for efficiency and hygienic reasons. This is a common practice at most if not all of your hotel others in the U.S. We are not sure why you were particularly bothered at our hotel? Nonetheless, at our hotel, we have chosen to use recycled plastic and paper cups because our area is in a severe drought and only 3% of Earth's water is fresh water. We do not want to use harsh dishwashing chemicals to contaminate our drinking water supply. In our area, we can still drink tap water unlike many other places in the world. Rooms are average. View is nice but not spectacular. No food service to speak of in hotel and staff unsure as to quality or value of nearby options. Cost is above average for BW. Breakfast slightly above average but not worth getting up early for. No USA Today.

Great stay, clean room and good amenities, ideal location for exploring the remote parks and attractions. No view of lake from our room but no issue as only an overnight stop over. Staff very helpful & friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

Good location small hotel with good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Friendly front desk. Internet slow but hotel said the town of Page was like this. Our room on the first floor was not too noisy. Free breakfast was tasty. We liked the pancakes. The cafeteria staff/manager takes pride to make guests feel welcomed.
