Best Western Plus at Lake Powell

This Best Western has been updated with beautiful colors throughout the spacious rooms. This is definitely a Plus hotel! Our bed was comfortable, lots of plugs for telephones, delicious breakfast. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

I honestly don't know how to explain it except for it sounds like a zoo of screaming animals and its past midnight. I waited until midnight to see if things would get better since I have kids of my own... but it hasn't and the noise levels are so unbearable I got out of bed and went to the front desk. I spoke to AJ at the front desk who said he would go upstairs to check on what's going on. He also mentioned he's received a few other complaints tonight about the loud rowdy noises. Me and my family I'm traveling with have already been woken up at least 4-times tonight due to the noise levels and have an early morning tour to catch. Unfortunately, all I hear is kids jumping up and down stomping their feet, screeching sounds of furniture being dragged across the floor constantly, kids screaming, adults yelling, and doors slamming. It honestly feels like the ceiling is going to collapse on me and my family. This is easily the worst hotel experience in my 25+ years of traveling. I obviously know you don't choose your guests but as the General Manager I wanted to bring this to your immediate attention.

Room was nice, hotel was nice, breakfast great hot choices that change every day. The room was nice. Nice pet policy. Shower was nice. They do use a lot of very strong smelling floor cleaner so if you're sensitive to smells be careful. Watch their billing and accounting though , it's a mess.

Our family went to visit the Antalope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend for the first time. We like our hotel in Page. It's very close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Best Western Plus was our first choice for its reputation and values. We enjoyed our staying there.

I have stayed in hundreds hotels and many Best Western at different locations. I have to say this is the worst experience for all of my stays. First the key was not working. I was told that the problem might be the lock, but they had no time to fix the lock/key. They just opened the door for me. So we have to had someone staying in the room to make sure we can re-enter our room. 2nd, the shower had no hot water. The hot water in sink was normal, but just no hot water for shower. When we called front desk, the girl questioned us if we knew how to use shower. When I asked her send someone to check the shower for us, she let us wait for the whole night, but did not do anything to help. Actually regarding to the hot water issue in shower, we called the front desk for 3 times between 8-10pm during my stay. The girl told us that she was the only one available for the whole facility, and cannot come to help right now. She kept asking us to be patient and wait for her a few minutes. However, she never came over nor called us back at all during our stay. We ended up sleeping without shower for that night. 3rd, short of staff. It took so long to check in. At time of 9pm, it looks only one staff taking care of the whole building/facility. The customers would not get any help if any issues. The building looks good since it was recently remodeled. However, there are many things not working well, one staff is definitely not enough. In addition, there are some other issues. Very weak Wifi connection, old/stained towels in room, etc. Overall, it is a terrible experience. The key issue and the hot water problem should not be acceptable for any stay in any hotels.

Do not overlook this hotel. Super location! Right in the middle of all the Page action. Walking distance to food and local info. Hotel is newly redone and feels like Page! Staff was warm and friendly, hotel was spotless, breakfast was excellent and the pool area was incredible! Heated pool and hot tub! Can't say enough about how clean this place was. Will stay again next time we are here.

Great rooms for families with lots of space. Our beds were super comfortable. Also a Walmart down the road to stick up on road supplies. Within a few minute drive to Horseshoe Bend which has a $10 charge. Hotel breakfast was one of the best but they don't restock so get there early for the best selection. Eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt bar , juice and coffee to name a few. Pool and hot tub are great too and cool beds and lounging around the outside pool.right beside the other Best Western hotel, with less of a view but much cheaper and better bang for your buck.

Stay away from this location if you need internet and want to sleep. Our internet cuts in and out constantly, and we can't hear ourselves think with the A/C in the room rattling the walls. Called the front desk, and they said we are sorry, can't guarantee working wi-fi, and can't do anything about the A/C because they are short staffed. This place should not be selling rooms if they cannot provide basic internet and a properly working HVAC system.

Nice hotel. Don't stay in room 225 the air conditioner vibrates the whole window, sounds like a freight train is coming thru the room. It is so loud you can't sleep. Then it goes thru another set of noises. No sleep or rest !!!!! The breakfast was suppose to start at 6:30 we had to be at our tour at 7am. There wasn't even coffee out at 6:30, we left around 6:45 and still nothing out. Very disappointed .

My boyfriend and I made a tour around the west coast of America, and a couple of days in New York. This hotel was by far the worst we have been. Everything you hope will go well, goes wrong. Above all, we don't find the people in Page pleasant to be around, unlike the other places we've been. Americans are very friendly, polite and helpful to us, except in Page. This applies not only to the hotel, but to entire Page as we experienced it. It all started with a not warm welcome in the hotel with the check-in. The receptionist wasn't warmly nor interested. The housekeeping was even worse. When you say 'Hello' to the housekeeping, most of the time they don't even respond. Our first today started when the hotel room keys suddenly stopped working. We received new ones at reception and it was solved. Later that day we ran out of toilet paper and towels. Housekeeping didn't have come to clean the room. I walked over to the housekeeping and asked if we could have new towels and toilet paper. We weren't on her list of rooms to clean so she didn't want to give it. I had to go to reception myself to ask. After a long wait and asking another time we finally got toilet paper and towels. Because communication did not go well there, the reception came to check in our hotel room to see if everything had worked out in the end. She knocked, but before we could answer she was back inside. My boyfriend was just getting dressed, so the woman almost saw him naked. Then we wanted to go swimming but because of the rain earlier that day there were no dry beds to sit on. There were beds covered but the sail leaked. Also, the gym smelled quite a bit. In addition to the stench, there was a hole in the ceiling from which water was leaking. Another problem was de WiFi, it was often out which was very annoying. There is one positive here, the hotelroom itself was nice. There was enough room and there was a shower in a bath tub. Apart from everything that went wrong, the most important thing is dat we did not feel comfortable in the hotel. The reason for this was the staff. We asked other Dutch people we came across in the elevator, and they experienced the exact same.

From the moment of Check in to the end of our stay we enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. Plenty of great recommendations of things to do, places to eat and important sites to visit. The beds were extremally comfortable, rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a real treat. The eggs were perfectly cooked and they had 2 toaster ovens to keep lines down. The dining area was enormous, modern and had several seats for individuals who might be travelling alone as well as groups. Very relaxing color scheme. Be sure to check out all the beautiful artwork and photography along the hall ways. I was so impressed with the beauty of Page before I could see it in person. The Staff always patient and very friendly.

Need to have coffee up and ready before 6:30 AM. Be ready to know your hotel room number if you come through the front door because you went out the back to walk around. I was fine with it but the way I was questioned was very condescending. I personally will not use the water in the room to make coffee. So coffee needs to be up and running in the mornings if they are going to charge that much.

While I am normally a big best western promoter, I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at best western in lake Powell. After paying extra for a 2 queen bed suite, I checked in with my family to find the room nothing like the picture. When I went to the front desk to inquire about it I was informed that the room in the picture was discontinued and so the room we were put in was now the suite. While it was a nice room it was not even comparable to the room pictured. I paid way too much money to just be told oh well, too bad. To top it off, out of 4 washers and dryers, only one works. The hotel itself is nice but I'm extremely frustrated to be allowed to book and pay extra for a room that they don't even offer.

Best Western always good the way they are. Not so fancy but always clean and nice place to stay. Best point system at all with no experation. Breakfast good and very friendly staff. Easy checking and checkout

The hotel has been beautifully remodeled, especially the lobby and breakfast areas. But there were issues. The ice machine was not working on the third floor, and the desk attendant didn't seem to care, but instead made excuses. Just use the one on the second floor, she said, as if the extra inconvenience was nothing to her. The luggage carts were all a disaster, hard to roll and hard to steer. The vinyl floor in my room had not been cleaned. I know that because I spilled water, and when I wiped it up, the cloth came away filthy. There was no view of the lake, but I didn't really expect one. There is only one very slow elevator for four floors of guests. Would not stay there again.

So clean and nice and the folks at the front desk could not have been nicer. Great hot breakfast..we loved being able to see the lake from a high view. Seems like a great town, nice place to hang out and enjoy!

Did not have our room type (full kitchen) available when Check inn. We had just gotten a lot if groceries… Did not call or email… Lied multiple times with a bunch of contradictory stories. Told us we could stay elsewhere if not happy. After 30 minutes of arguing Told us we could have the room, but were not allowed to complain since « we agreed to use a room that is out of order ». We decided to stay there since we had no other options. Only Nice person: the assistant general manager.

Clean rooms, excellent staff who are courteous and go the extra mile to make the stay pleasant. This was also a place that offered daily room service (which was a pleasant surprise)! The location of the property is also great, and many eateries and tourist options are in walking distance. The breakfast spread was awesome and they had options that included Scrambled eggs, bread, danish, bagels, cereals, milk, juices, flavored water, gluten free options, waffles, meats and coffee. I was there during the 4th of July weekend and it was fairly busy but they never ran out of food and the service staff was very attentive! I am a Marriott Platinum member and I stay at both the mid and top tier Marriott's. For a breakfast that is complimentary this is the best that I experienced in the US.

Pros- breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff was very friendly and efficient, room was comfortable and clean, the pool area was amazing, the cleaning staff was friendly. Cons- night staff was unfriendly and rude.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. The manager greeted us at breakfast and was very concerned about our stay. He also had breakfast with some staff and hotel guests. That was somewhat comforting to know he is eating the same food.

Insolent staff with no attempt to find out more about the complaint and or how to solve the problem 2 of the 3 ice machines not working despite it being Memorial Day weekend with weather forecast of 80+ degrees Room refrigerator not working properly Was told the pool was not working when in actuality it was the hot tub that was closed for repairs

We stayed 3 nights in Page at Best Western Plus. We did have a suite for 2 adults and appreciated the room size. Natalie at check in was helpful and friendly and Sean in the breakfast area was busy refilling food trays and keeping people happy. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having a mini refrigerator to store soda and sandwiches for our day hikes while in Page. There was a desk and chair as well, plus plenty of cabinet/closet space. The breakfast was hearty and a lot of food choices were available. It is a 3 story hotel with 1 elevator, plenty of parking and the wifi worked fine for us.

The staff at this location has outstanding customer service. The breakfast is always delicious and there are many options to choose from. I would recommend staying here. Whether for business or pleasure im sure it will be great.

Large hotel close to restaurants and shopping to stock up for your houseboat trip. Typical Best Western breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Nice having refrigerator in room. Small seating area in lobby to meet up with friends. Room was quite and comfortable bed.

The manager, Natalie was super helpful and accommodating after hearing about the challenges we had getting to Page from San Diego (missed flight, closed car rental in Flagstaff and missing bag). Without us asking she proactively upgraded our room, decided not to bill us for the night we missed due to the travel hassles and accommodated us extending our trip by a day. The room we had was large and had a great view (same as the Lake View Best Western next door but at a lower rate). It's located within easy reach of the local sites (Horseshoe Bend, Rim Trail Beehive Trail and the Antelope Canyon Tour organizations) and some restaurants are within easy walking distance. Just don't miss the AM housekeeping as they apparently subcontract out, so don't have staff on site in the afternoon to take care of your room. Only minor complaints are: no USB charging ports on lamps/ walls. Our sheets were Queen size so only barely fit our King size bed. Not an issue for me, but some might find it annoying.

We selected this hotel because of a promised working hot tub. Sounds minor but my husband and I both have medical issues that require frequent hot water immersions. Unfortunately, we were told when checking it that it is closed seasonally. I asked the clerk to please contact the manager as we wanted a discount for the misinformation but did not get a response. Also, the ice maker did not work on our floor and then the hotel broke a water main on our second day and the management didn't bother to let anyone know, we did not discover it until we happened to use the bathroom. The one positive was the man who provided breakfast service, he was efficient and responsive. Overall, a bad experience. And we were moved to the Winngate after the water issue and we would recommend that hotel instead!

Generally reasonable value in a good location but bring ear plugs. The AC unit was VERY noisy and made it hard to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast included in our room rate. This allowed us to get a hearty breakfast each day before hiking, kayaking, and exploring Page.

Everything about this hotel was fine or very nice except for one thing. Footsteps from above reverberated though the vinyl floors. I heard no voices or other sounds but the footfalls were loud and unsettling.The floors were a bit tacky and there was a sticky, icky rubber mat between the beds. Bring back carpets!

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub where excellent. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety. We picked this BW over the other one because of the reviews on tripadvisor and we where not disappointed.

First, be clear that there are TWO Best Westerns and they share a driveway. The one we thought we had booked was View of Lake Powell. This was NOT true so be careful when booking. This one is VERY dated, missing pool tiles, cracked pool tiles, missing fascia on the side of the building. We had a very slow drain in our tub and I not only left a note for the cleaning staff but also told the front desk, but it was never fixed. When we checked in, the aftermath from the free breakfast was still pretty evident (food on the floor, etc..). And the breakfast had ended hours ago. When we took advantage of the breakfast the next morning, there were many people standing around waiting for food to be re-stocked. We understood that this is under new management (ownership?) and I hope they pay attention to these details. At best this is a 2 star hotel. The staff was pleasant.

A vacation turning very bad was saved by a Best Western CARING Manger who stepped in and made everything right. We had driven 550 miles from San Francisco to Las Vegas then 400 miles througth the North Rim to Page.Felt really good to be treated like family - thank you.

Clean rooms, new flooring, and a great air quality ventilation system that made it so comfortable to breathe and sleep. The room is attractive, spacious, and has good amenities. Staff are friendly and available to help if needed.

We stayed one night. Check in was busy when we arrived at 3pm as a group had arrived before us. Only one receptionist, so that was a disaster. Our room was very nice, although no coffee pods in the room. Fortunately, reception had a couple, and it was better coffee than normally provided. The pool area was good with comfortable sofas and sunbeds. Breakfast was busy, but the staff were keen to make sure everything was well stocked. Drinking water dispensers were available, certainly on the 3rd floor. 4 washing machines and tumble driers. My husband thought the hotel didn't warrant being a Best Western Plus, but I thought it was very nice. The girls on reception were very helpful.

We usually go road tripping, so our stays normal don't last no more than 4 nights in once place, and we only need a bed to sleep because we won't be spending anytime in the hotels, so as long as I have a good bed to sleep and good breakfast I am fine. If this is what you are looking for the place is perfect, location is perfect, price was perfect, front desk service was not the best there was no one in front desk when I arrived and breakfast was pretty decent.

The hotel was fine. We stayed for two nights. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lobby of the hotel was neat, and breakfast was quite large and delicious. The hotel has a nice pool and hot-tub, accompanied by comfortable seating. One big downside was the wifi, which would only work in the lobby and not in the rooms

The hotel is fine, it was clean and for the most part had what we needed. But seven of us stayed and six of us are workout junkies. The gym was way too small and there were two treadmills - both were broken. It is a good location in Page and near Lower Antelope Canyon where we toured. On the whole not bad as long as you don't need the gym.

Standard breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereals, muffins. Lots of seating. Room has bath and shower (nice touch with dual shower heads). Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Fridge only. No microwave. Internet on 2nd floor is pretty bad.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast had many different options for all appetites. The facility was very clean. And nice that it actually was close to any place, that I could walk if I had wanted.

Room was nice. Hotel was sort of dated. Had a microwave in the room that looked to be from the 70s. One of the 2 coolers in the large room didn't work. Staff was very nice although not very informative.

This best western plus lake powell is good enough to sleep for a pit stop. The mattress is so thin you can practically feel your partner blink. I finally moved to the chair and slept upright. I am a very light sleeper, so if you are as well - don't expect a deep sleep. The pillows are the size of 8 k-cups across, no exaggeration. I will attach a photo. Bring your own pillow if you can! It was clean and cool in the room. The TV worked fine. The staff was extremely polite and professional. The breakfast was on the better side of continental meals. We are on the patio outside but it did lock, not sure if that's normal. It's right by a lot of restaurants and the Safeway grocery store. It's minutes from Walmart. This place is fine. I'd stay again if I had to.

Great hotel! Have been there before in 2019, and because of the cleanliness, excellent care of the staff and the great breakfast they have, we returned this year. We had an early morning rafting trip planned, which included 3 children, where we had to be to before the breakfast opened but because we wouldn't have food for hours, they let us eat! Kudos!

Be careful as you are paying only for the location but not for a good room. I requested another room and I was told by the FDA that all rooms were looking the same (tired)horrible mattress and pillows, strong odor smell in the room, ripped curtains. Be aware, if you need anything from the FD they only know how to check in and check out people and talking to a Manager is never an option, I was told first the manager left the property and second went “shopping”? Poor quality of service.

We arrived, without reservations, and spouse was trying to recover from food poisoning picked up in Las Vegas. The staff went out of their way to find an appropriate room, and were most helpful with subsequent reservations. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, and easy egress and ingress.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selections were one of the best I have seen with fresh melons and even soy milk as well as your usual hot and cold breakfast items.

The lobby of this place is great! Made us feel excited to see our room! Front desk person at check in was quite rude to us. When we got to our room it was dirty. Streaks in the toilet, hairs on the bed, mold on the shower head, and stickiness everywhere. This hotel does not come close to any of the other Best Western Plus locations I have stayed at. Felt like I was in a budget motel.

Nothing works, this place needs an overhaul. Our room's a/c didn't work, our friends did I N their room, but it was so noisy they couldn't use it. They moved us to a room with a/C but no key. Promised a discount which we didn't get.

We are here now and nothing about management has been good! We couldn't get attraction information even for the top attractions like Antelope Canyon from desk persons. Side security door dies t work so they just put a rock to open it instead of fixing it. Hot tub doesn't work. Frig in room freezes everything to the point they can rupture. Breakfast good. Not really a view. It's just poor service- rooms are ok

Reviews were average but costs were a bit better than most so gave it a try. Big mistake, At walk in lobby not up to par,but gave it benefit of the windy day. Given key to room and walked in on a gentleman already there. Another room received, and first thing was wash hands. Towels were grungy. Bed spread had stains, floors were dirty, like someone ate a crumbly Cookie. Husband adamantly refused to stay. Fortunate we got a refund.

Hotel is falling apart. Flickering lights, smelly, water damage, gross empty pool, dust and dirt thick on window sill , just plain sad. If a hotel advertises a pool and charges regular prices, it should be noted if the pool is closed. When you look at the pictures attached you will see dirt in the empty pool green water in hot tub with chairs and cushions blown into pool and hot tub. Even the luggage carts are falling apart. I'm really disappointed. I'm never staying here again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My husband and I visited Page to tour the slot canyons. We were going to camp, but too windy. So, we reserved a room at the Best Western Plus at Lake Powell. What a great surprise! When we checked in, we were upgraded to a king suite! Great room with a nice view. The hotel has recently been modernized. Extremely clean! Our room included a satisfying breakfast!

The pool was Empty without water and dirty looks like no one cleaned it for several months. Breakfast was horrible as well. Carpet in the hallways dirty with bad smell. Rooms are dirty missing items. Doesn't look like they have enough employees to service the people.

Check-in staff including manager where 'high' whilst on duty. Both manager and 1 assistant attempted to avoid direct eye contact throughout entire check-in. They initially assigned us a room on the third floor that was a downgrade from what we had booked and paid for. Entire third floor wreaked of Cannabis. A room comparable to that we had booked was found onbthe second floor. Initial impressions of the room was that it is large, but sparsely decorated and tired/ worn.. We found Discarded items from previous guess, worn and torn curtain netting. Evidence of a leaking sink resulting in damaged cabinetry. Cracked tiles. A entry door with visible gaps when closed, and a privacy interior security latch that wouldn't prevent door from being forced open due to lock / frame / door misalignment. Other items in room ie. closet door, had previously been repaired to such a poorly standard that rendered the repair unusable. On initial entry the room was hot and humid (A/C not on). Fortunately A/C did work and quickly reduced room temperature. It is apparent that not only do the staff of thos property participate in the use of drugs whilst on duty, they also allow the use of drugs on property by guests. Given the obvious permitted use of drugs and poor security measures, we did not feel safe during our 1 night at this accommodation, and would not recommend to any persons traveling with children.

This motel was centrally located and close to shopping and restaurants. Was very nice and clean. Staff exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was delicious and offered quite the variety. Was disappointed the pool and spa were not in working order/open. Maybe too early in the season.

We came down to have breakfast and asked politely the receptionist if there was any coffee and the gentleman from the back by the name Shawn Dudley came out belligerent yelling can't people read the sign and he mumbled other statements.

Broken bed, questionable stains on mattress (looks like bedbug residue though we saw none) toilet problems and phone didn't work. Called to speak with manager and never got a call back so here are pics. Plus was that breakfast was good.

We came to this hotel after a long day. We had walked a couple miles along the Rim Trail at Grand Canyon and the one and a half walk down to view Horseshoe Bend and back. Also lots of driving. It was great to check in to this very clean snd comfortable hotel at the end of a long day. We had a quiet night's sleep and a very good hot breakfast before continuing on towards home. All the staff were pleasant & helpful.

This hotel was clean but in poor service. Because of the refrigerator malfunctioning in the first room we were put in we were put in a second room where the toilet didn't flush and was still dirty with previous use! We were put back into the first room, being told there was nothing more that could be done. So we dealt with a toilet that had to have the tank fiddled with constantly although at least flushed, a refrigerator we couldn't use, a broken phone, lights that wouldn't work, a malfunctioning coffee maker, poor mattered quality, and more. The breakfast service kept running out of food. Printer in lobby didn't work. Many other problems.

There were kids playing and running down the hallway. We could hear people coming in and out of the elevator all night. Carpets in the rooms which is extremely unclean. The breakfast had no gluten free items. The room with a view had no view.

Stayed at the Best Western for four (4) nights while exploring Northern Arizona and the local sites. Breakfast is generous and varied. Due to virus, there are only plastic silverware and paper plates, and staff ran out of bowls one day as well. Minor inconvenience but something to be aware of. Honestly, I think this is a solid breakfast included. Eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle bar, etc. You can see more would normally be there if COVID wasn't happening, but I was pleased with the options. Overall, the property and the rooms are modest and a little shabby. It could use some repairs and touch ups but given the price, I had realistic expectations. Shower has good pressure and hot water. The AC/heating unit is loud but works. The mini-fridge in the rooms is great size but also loud. Staff isn't very helpful or outgoing but are mostly polite. Housekeeping is only every two days, which is fine as well. Hopefully you're not spending a lot of time in the room. Location is great and easy to find. If weather is good, you can walk to some places in town as well. My only real complaint is about Wifi. It was really bad, minus off-hours like 5am. Very unreliable and slow. That isn't a giant surprise during peak hours but since the hotel wasn't at capacity (barely half), it's disappointing it was that slow. Also, I had really bad cell service in the hotel as well. But no where else in Page was that a problem. Despite the bad Wifi, I would stay again. Price was right for the area.

I can not recall a hotel experience as awful as this one. Under-staffed at check-in created a long wait. The breakfast buffet was non-existent - - - I have never, ever seen all of the hot food dishes EMPTY, the bread/rolls EMPTY, the fruit EMPTY, plastic silverware EMPTY, and the garbage bin over-flowing onto the floor. At one point an employee did come out to re-stock the silverware, but it would have been better if he had not as we did not need to be treated to a sight of his underwear as his jeans were hanging below his butt.

First, I have stayed in that hotel during the summer and LOVED everything- the rooms, the friendliness of staff and the breakfast. We even got good advice from the front desk folks on tours and what to visit in the area. ‚‘Something‘ has changed now. The rooms and breakfast are still good, but I feel like an inconvenience to staff when I approach them for a question or to get toiletries, new towels or god forbid a roll of toilet paper. Housekeeping has changed during Covid and I'm OK with that as I myself don't want anyone to come in my room. I'm not a demanding or high maintenance person and I always ask in a friendly way. Staff seems to be annoyed accross the board- be it the persons at the front desk or the housekeeping staff. I even got eyes rolled at me, got walked off on me and in one circumstance talked back at me in an angry way. I went and bought myself some shampoo etc to not have to ask anymore as I have been told that there are no toiletries or tissues at all.. Note: we were staying for 1 week and the one day supply in the room is not efficient. There was one person ar the front desk when I checked that was friendly. I still like the hotel rooms and the proximity of the hotel.

I use best western often. They usually aren't this bad. It was one of those experiences where you felt the room should've been comped. Check in: Had to print BW $20 coupon in business center, but printer didn't work which resulted in a delay for checking in. Room: The desk light and floor lamp didn't work when plugged in and switched into the on position. The TV was plugged in while the coax cord for the cable tv was broken with the wire and connecting end being broken in two pieces, and the wall near my headboard was leaking water which created a forming puddle after I took a shower. I had to change my room because the water wouldn't stop flowing in after trying to mop it up with several bath towels. Unfortunately I wasn't able to discover the source of the leak, but if the beds were moveable then I might have. The lobby staff was as helpful as they could be, but I would've preferred compensation in some form for the inconvenience this random upset was.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area walking distance to restaurants. The room was nice and everything worked great. WIFI was very bad to the point that we decided just use our cell phone data. Breakfast was okay, but some items missing. They ran out of butter. There were no regular bagels or english muffins. Apple/Orange juice machine was out of order. Teabag choices were very limited (No English Breakfast or Earl Grey).

Stayed in October of 2021.....front desk severely understaffed affecting the level of service. Room was very comfy but lacked a micowave. Breakfast was good but lacked variety during our 4 night stay......no we bread.....no bananas.... and the juice machine did not work. My suggestion would be to stay across the street at the Best Western Lake View.

Too bad all of the hand sanitizer stations were either empty or did not work. Too bad, it left a bad and unsafe impression. Especially checking in and at Breakfast. ☹️ Everything else was okay. Good location and value.

This is a very nice hotel; rooms were spacious and clean. However, we were very confused when there was only one facecloth for two people. We have stayed at multiple hotels and never encountered this before. When questioning the front desk clerk, we were told it was because of COVID regulations. This makes no sense!

We did not sleep at all the hotel is on a busy strip a rock band is playing 1 block away so loud there is no way sto sleep, also no body at the front desk sevaral times for a lonf period of time, for sue will nver stay again there.

I booked this hotel at a last minute through my airline promotion. It is a bit expensive for me but worth it. This is a first hotel I have stayed in that serves a full breakfast (waffle and all). It has been very difficult finding out which hotel that serves this way. The pool and hot tub were amazing. A bit tricky to find because it was down in the basement and no signs showing the way. The room were very clean and highly recommend staying here.

Great location, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room wonderful, fantastic breakfast. However, drought has dried up the Lake to a pond. Cute town with decent food options within short drives. Let's hope for rain and snow in abundance over next year.

The hotel was fine. Nothing to write home about. Adequate for what we needed. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. It's within walking distance to the grocery store and some restaurants, but the whole town was a bit odd. It just felt like it was run down and dirty and didn't feel like the tourist town I expected, being right next to Lake Powell. The breakfast was pretty dreadful.

This was a last minute booking for us and we came for the great rates that were the lowest around. We were surprised to have an amazing full hot breakfast included. Great dining area. Rooms were clean and cold A/C. Service was great. Had a light bulb go out and they had someone come right up quick. The kids loved swimming at the pool. They even let us check in a bit early when we arrived sooner than expected. We come to Lake Powell every year and plan to keep booking here. It has been conveniently located in town and close to Safeway. Internet was perfect the whole time, no issues. Justin the new manager is so friendly and really has been doing great to take care of us. Highly recommend. I rarely even right reviews, but this place stood out. Great work and thank you!

We had an excellent 4 day stay at Best Western Plus Lake Powell! Thank you to the management and staff who provided excellent service from check in to check out! Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and we had a great breakfast every day. This hotel was the perfect place for us to see so many awe inspiring sights in the area including Ken's Tours of Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. We loved every minute! It was the very best trip ever!

If I get to come visit Page, Arizona I would love to stay in this hotel again.The location is great and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I got 2 rooms and I requested for an early check in and they were able to accommodate it.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful room and view. The breakfast area is one of the prettiest we have seen. Be sure and eat dinner at Big John's BBQ. Not much to look at, but BEST brisket ever! Super nice folks!

I will always chose this property for my Page touring stay! Great front desk personnel, extremely attentive, friendly! So helpful and even packed us a breakfast bag to go for a 5 am kayak Horseshoe Bend

Not the quality that I have experienced in other Best Western Plus Hotels. Front desk could not find reservation , Air conditioning unbearably loud, TV remote hardly worked. Tables in the breakfast were not attended to, no cleaning of eating area. Covid breakfast but no sanitation. Loud overhead noise walking and plumbing noise

I definitely felt underwhelmed by this hotel. The rooms were super small and fairly out dated. Our bathroom had a window that opened into the main portion of the room which seemed a bit bizarre. The pool was tiny and not particularly appealing. The free breakfast was definitely decent and the eating area was attractive with some outdoor eating space looking over the lake.

I booked 2 nights in lake view room in lake Powell , Page from June 11- june 13th ,our experience was so bad , first night, the air condition was not working well , we thought maybe because it was facing west, lots of sun in the afternoon, also I was bite by the bed bug, next day , my legs were so itch and I did not tell the front desk , because I did not see the bed bug, but next night on June 12 , my husband actually saw the big bed bug moved around in one of our bed and then I knew my legs was bite by the bed bug, that night, the air condition was totally broke, we felt like stay in steam sauna room, then I came down to the front desk, the guy came up, he checked , he even said , he felt like Sauna room and told us yes, A/C was broke in such hot weather 100 degree that day, good thing he changed our room from 343 to 330, we moved to the room which is facing the parking lot, we went home today and I spent over 5 hours to sanitized all our luggage, I have to washed all our clothes in hot water and cleaned all surface with bleach, I am still traumatize, I want all my money back for this bad experience and inconvenience

I really, really did not enjoy my stay in this hotel in particular, the installations are old, the air conditioning do not works and is warm all the time, imagine being in the middle of the Arizona Desert with just warm vent comming in from the air conditioning, worst Best Western I have stayed at.

The lobby & surrounding area look great, clean & up to date. Was assuming our room would be the same. Check in staff friendly & professional. Our king room was shabby & seriously needed updating. Furniture worn. Only 1 trash can. Very obvious not completed repair of ceiling leak noted. TV converting to digital & could not use the remote as designed. Have been a loyal BW customer but have had 2 disappointing stays in a row. Will consider other hotels.

I would not suggest this hotel. The rooms are shabby and could be cleaner. There is no room on the desk for anything because they have a Keurig and too much coffee stuff. The fridge was dirty and the chest top was taken up by a TV that should be wall-mounted. The inter-connecting door to the next room left an inch underneath for light and noise to spill in. The rooms are not sound-proof in any way, very noisy as we could hear everything being said in the room nextdoor. In the middle of the night, the staff was slamming doors and talking and laughing loud which kept waking us up.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience ever. The staff was literally a joke. Trying to recover a forgotten item took over two weeks and MANY nightmare phone calls. When they would actually answer the phone (which was rare....we called over THIRTY times before someone answered, and on other occasions it would take 5-10 calls) not a single staff member, or manager, knew what was going on or how to fix it. The customer service was horrible. I've never in my life experienced such a tremendous lack of knowledge, professionalism or decent customer service. The hotel itself was ok and our room was decent, but the staff ruined the entire experience. Left us wondering if the Best Western next door was any better....

I like the BW standard. Appreciated the fact that the rooms are equipped with a coffee maker! I was disappointed with the fact the pool was empty (of water;-( And ‚modified' breakfast was below Best Western standard.

This hotel is great! Rooms are comfortable, Front desk gal goes above and beyond to assist in any way, and the room rates are shockingly affordable. I will stay there as often as possible as I travel between Idaho and Arizona. I was a traveler before the pandemic hit. It's nice to see that the hotels are following guidelines to make customers feel safe and welcome.

Least expensive of the Best Westerns we stayed at, but still top end quality, great front desk service. Perhaps typical of pre holiday (mid-December) COVID travel, occupancy was low, and we had our pick of clean, easy in-and-out rooms. The coming summer may well be much busier, but still a great road trip stop between Moab Utah and Las Vegas/Henderson.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive, my room was clean, and the price was right. The fitness center also exceeded my expectations, small but had just about everything I wanted.

The hotel is strategically located, not only very near Lake Powell, but is an excellent home base for area sites. Of particular note was the Marble Canyon Loop which includes many spectacular views and hiking trails. Would recommend a sunrise or sunset view of Horseshoe Bend which is less than five miles from the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at $55 per room (max of 4 per room), super clean, front desk is so accomodating and with free breakfast and wifi, theres nothing more you can ask for! We definitely love to come back and highly recommended this hotel!!!

Rather long walk to the elevator for someone on crutches and pushing a luggage cart. Would have liked a room on the ground floor close to an entrance/exit as requested. Also the ice machine on the bottom floor was out of order so had to go up to the 2nd floor. I did use the laundry room and was happy with that. The room appeared to be exceptionally clean (due to Covid I presume) and BW beds are always very comfortable. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. No breakfast buffet due to Covid but Grab & Go had only a frozen burrito, banana nut muffin, and 4 oz bottle of water. Could have used a yogurt, granola bar, or container of juice. All in all, I would probably stay here again if in the area.

Please DO NOT go to that hotel. The worst customer service ever. We wait for 30 minutes and the “manager” Monica (at least that's what she said was her name) never show up. We had to called the hotel several times to see if somebody help us, and she finally showed up with such as bad actitud and very rude. We spent approx 20 minutes in the room, two super tiny pillows for a king bed and a really bad vibration on the wall of the head of the bed. By the way we moved to a hotel right across and they have 4 nice and comfortable pillows. She argued because of the COVID all Best Western that's all the they offer, not even my toddler can sleep with such a tiny pillow. We asked her twice to please move us for another room but she said they are completed booked. We finally took the decision to leave after and she lied on my face saying that she gave me the option to move to another room, which is a complete lie. She refused to give us our money back. Unfortunate after all of this bad experience I have to escalated this matter with the corporate office, because it is absolutely inaceptable that they treat guest like that.

The hotel appeared new and modern. There was a great swimming outdoors swimming pool. The staff was very accommodating. My wife was feeling ill and we were allowed to check in early. The hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants.

I had seen some bad reviews if this place but let me tell you it was very nice. The location is great, just down the hill is the dam and bridge and Lake Powell, we could see the lake from our room which was VERY reasonably priced. The room was spotless and the bed super comfy. The pool area was really nice. It is located close to a grocery store and all kinds of restaurants. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar, muffin, water, etc, it was just fine. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely disgusting. Check for bugs before you get into bed. Sure wish I would have. After complaining to the manager she said it was crumbs. I have never seen black crumbs with legs. The beds are uncomfortable. Their breakfast was a water bottle and a granola bar. I will never stay here again.

nice place, poor amenities. good location but room with kitchen poorly equiped. There weren't, paper towels, dishwasher soap, no toaster, and many lamps were without bulbs. Maid service limited due to covid-19, but we should have been notified. as a result garbage piled up.

Thank you for a great stay at BW Plus in Page, AZ. My family had a comfortable stay. We felt welcome by your entire staff and felt accommodated with the items in the room, and the complimentary breakfast. We stayed at 8:00am on 3/7 and every breakfast staff member helped us at one point or another and took exceptional care of us. I recieved this card from Pedro.

Although we are gold b/w members, I had to request the upgrade we get at that level. However, the king suite we were given was very nice I was pleased with housekeeping as the toiletries were replaced each day. We had problems using the computer in the lobby and the person at the desk was helpful

Look new and pleasant when I drove into the check in parking but soon, I found many thing none working: 1. elevators are all out 2. side door to the side parking lot was broken 3. land phone in our rooms were disconnected and after I reconnect the jacks, it was broken. 4. Ice makers not working and they did not bother to post a note to tell you that the only working ONE is in the basement. 5. the worst was that the WIFI. On the room key, the SSD/encryption key were given. But what? It was an open network which never passed "IP address assignment" stage. Too many users? Maybe. But I tried at 4PM, 8PM, 1AM, and 5AM. Same problem.

This hotel was beautiful inside and out. Great Breakfast and service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The bed in the room was like a dream to sleep in! It is also within a short walking distance to downtown. Awesome stay!

The hotel is reasonable, considering the price is quite low. The room is reasonably clean, and nothing is horribly bad. They also offers breakfast, which is surprising considering the price, and the breakfast is not bad at all. Overall, I would recommend this hotel considering the value vs. price.

Decent one. Rooms are little small but clean and the staff is helpful. Offers free parking and decent breakfast. My room 225 did not have a good view of the lake but of the city which was little disappointing.

Very good well maintained decent hotel with good WIFI. The family room was big enough to accomodate 5 of us and the amenities was good with a laundry room equip with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers (although 1 was out of Order) , and a gym for those who wants a quick work out like my boys .

Clean and excellent hotel. Location perfect, walkable into the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was something else (excellent). Would visit again, the next time I was in Page.

We stayed one night here.As soon as we get into our room we went in the bathroom and found pubic hair on the toilet and shower. Didn't get pics of this because I was thinking the maids had a bad day. The wall had stains on them and the roof had a crack in the acoustic from a previous leak. The wifi sucks. My problem is I got no rest. I slept maybe 4 hours off and on because all the stomping from the upstairs occupants. They stomped so hard the popcorn fell off the ceiling. I have pics of this. The doors slamming and hearing the talking in other rooms. The air/heating had to be reset so it would work. No extra blankets or pillows and the dresser was broke. Refrigerator didnt get cold.We had a tour booked that we canceled because we got no sleep. We did complain and I was told they would "note it". Well I yelped them and the response was "I'm sorry you feel that way other guest like it. Well, your hotel has a lot of international travelers that are used to different accommodations then in the U.S. I expect to get so sleep from a hotel I spent $126 on the off season. Zion was cheaper and way better. I'm very disappointed how Best Western has treated us. I got a generated response from owner saying they will look into it. What a joke! They ruined my Anniversary trip. Don't stay here if you want sleep and to be treated with hospitality! This is a industry that Best Western of Lake Powell just doesn't fit in. I'm super upset with this place. I will never stay at another Best Western again because of this place. Oh by the way your hotel has bad reviews for everything I complained about and your comeback is well other guest like it. Oh and their pillows are the size of throw pillows and I read they had bed bug infestation less than 6 months ago. I dont believe the reviews for 5 stars at best 1. You cant get near the breakfast in the morning because of all the international people swarm it.

We stopped here for one night as it was conveniently located just a few minute drive away from the horseshoe bend and the antelope canyons. Excellent spacious rooms, 2 double beds in each room. Breakfast was amazing - buffet style hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes with jam, toast, etc). Outdoor pool with a nice relaxing area.

Excellent motel with a beautiful view of the Dam and Lake Powell. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best we ever had at a motel. The hot food was hot, the attendants kept it immaculate, and the selection excellent. The front desk staff was very nice, also. We were on a “road trip, and out of 7 motels, this was the best.

This second time we stayed at the Best western plus hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the hot breakfast. We recommend staying at this hotel and we will stay here again.

It's the perfect distance to the prime tourist destinations. 15 minutes to Horshoebend and 15 to Antelope Canyon. We were able to walk to different restaurants for dinner which was really convenient and nice to enjoy the town. The breakfast was pretty good. Really crowded so you have to wait for a table. But the staff are very helpful and polite.

We stayed one night for a business trip. The breakfast was a full breakfast, which is nice versus the continental that many places offer now. The front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was closed for maintenance, but no one was working on it the time we were there. It took us three time back and forth from the room to the front desk to get the card/key to work. The front desk person sneezed and coughed many times and did not cover her mouth or nose - hope she was not contagious.

Poor service from front desk and general manager, room quality for the rate we paid, room rate higher priced for this area of the state, cleanliness was not up to par. Will not use again for business purposes.

For your breakfast you have to eat from cardboard plates, use plastic "cuttlery" and plastic cups. Having finished you have a heap of trash which you throw away in a big thrash bin. For a European this is a rather disgusting way to eat. No hotel in Europe would dare to offer a breakfast on this stuff and burden our environment with tons of trash! Warning for Europeans: If you get a room in the "first floor" you will find yourself in the basement and every bypasser can look into your room. Only the "second floor" is above street level.

The room was great as was the staff. The room was spotless. The complimentary breakfast downstairs was plentiful and delicious. The staff in the breakfast area was smiling, cheerful and helpful. Two team members who stood out were Mia and Menisha. They and everyone else helped make our visit to the Page area especially enjoyable. After spending our days touring The dam and the canyons nearby it was great to come back to a room that was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus on Lake Powell Blvd., Page Arizona was an excellent experience. Clean accommodations and the staff were thorough and very attentive to our needs. Just returned from a trip to the Utah National Parks and Page, AZ. This hotel was nicely located for our Page activities. The included hot breakfast was very good. Friendly Menisha greeted us each morning. Overall, a very nice stay.

Because of the laminate flooring in the guest rooms, the guests in the room above created noise that sounded like stomping. It was impossible to sleep!! This wasn't an isolated incident because my traveling partner had a room across the hall and experienced the same situation.

The room was adequate for our needs - beds and bedding were comfortable. The room and hotel was very clean. There were no USB plugs in the room, but plenty of plugs, and no safe in the room. Staff at the hotel were very busy - they needed more help Breakfast was good - "to go" breakfast bags were not available, unless you did not go to the breakfast buffet. They recommended to go to breakfast between 6 - 6:30 am, as it got busy - they weren't kidding! It was hard to find a table and to get food. We walked to El Topatio restaurant, which was recommended and very good! There was a beautiful outside pool and seating. One thing I have learned is to check the price on Trip Advisor, and almost always get a better price when I call the hotel myself to book a room, rather than book online. It's more work, but you can save some money. I also realized on this trip that many hotels give a Military discount (my husband is a Veteran). I believe this is the hotel that said they "used up" all their Military discounts, as well as AAA and AARP for the day, so none were available. Prices vary day to day - it was much more expensive the day we stayed, a few days ago, than it is today!

I would never return to this property when there are so many nice hotels in Page much newer and it appeared to me the regular Blue Best Western View was much newer and had great views right across the street. Ours had popcorn ceilings, sloppy paint job in the room, was extremely noisy from people above us because they replaced carpet with laminate flooring so every footstep we heard. Breakfast was great but overall not impressed.

We stayed here while visiting Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam , Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell Boat tour. The grandkids enjoyed the pool each evening and we all enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

It seems to be general in the area, but we found that this hotel is over-priced for a 2-star facility. Would not stay there again. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and included in the room price.

We spent only one night, but enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and made our stay more enjoyable. In addition to a clean room, the breakfast proved to be excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold foods and drinks. The staff maintained a clean area, restocking food as quickly as guests ate the wide spread food options. Staff members Menisha and Hearch (spelling?) were outstanding. it was the first time in Page Arizona for us and Heaven at Best Western helped us almost everything from where to dine and shop, and how to get to our sight seeing destination. Two day stay was a pleasant and I will book again if I go to Page next time.

Very important : staff was very friendly, helpfull, giving ups tips & tricks in order to have a perfect stay in Page. It was hot, even very hot, so the swimming pool was refreshing. And lots of people are doing just the same as we did, so not enough chairs/beds around the swimming pool. We had to wait till 5.30 pm before we could go to our room in stead of 4 pm. The rooms are clean, spacious, so we had a very very good night in the hotel. Laundry machines were good; Breakfast is not the best in the world, but included in the price, so don't hesitate and go to the breakfast. Enough choice, tastfull, good seating. And didn't have to wait (others did, but the front desk gave us the advice to be on time, so we did it). The hotel is located in the city of Page, so a couple of restaurants, grocery store is at walking distance, which we did. So, ideal location;

We arrived 2 hours before check in, our King Room wasn't ready so they gave us a corner super king suite on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake! That was a result, especially as this was the last hotel on our month long trip. We had a separate kitchenette, a desk, a massive settee and 2 side tables. The hotel has a great laundry room too. Breakfast was ok and we found a table easily each morning. Usual issue was all the throwaway cutlery, plates and even the coffee mugs. This included the weakest knife ever. Could they get the plastic any thinner? As the butter was straight out of the fridge it was impossible to spread. We mentioned this to the lady on the desk but she wasn't interested so raising it here. All the staff here were cheerful, helpful, eager to please. They must have fantastic training. If only some of them could get jobs in the local restaurants! On our last night we took advantage of the kitchen and table and ate in, after poor service at the two places where we ate (Dam Bar and Steer 89) and then trying two others who said no need to book. We then turned up and they said there'd be an hour's wait (State 48 Tavern and Big John's Texas BBQ as you ask!). We laid out round the pool late on each day, where they have great beds and it's positioned to catch the late afternoon sun. BTW do ask for a room on floors 2 or 3 at the back, otherwise you'll be over the swimming pool. A brilliant place to stay.

We picked this location because it was relatively new and looked attractive and was very nice with a view of Lake Powell. The hotel lived up to our expectations but the internet did not work. The front desk staff blamed it on poor internet in Page, AZ however it worked fine if you drove to McDonalds or Walmart. We were never able to connect our iPads or iPhones in this hotel. Very disappointing!

Rooms have been renovated not sure about the elevator, and there is only one. Good location and helpful front desk. The breakfast is a little disappointing but that's not totally unusual. Not much as far as television channels or WiFi.

See the title. Internet service was worse than third world. Cell phone service is decent. Rooms are nice, breakfast is better than most. Pool was quite nice, though the hot tub was out of service. Good place if you don't need internet service.

Although this hotel is up to quality standards with respect to the rooms I cannot recommend this place. The organisation is very poor. You have to wait in line for registration, for breakfeast for everything. Most guests only stay for one night on their trip through the US. This means rooms need to cleaned every day. Rooms are not ready in time. Even at 4 pm your room may not be ready. Wifi is extremely poor. They try to justify this with Page's remote location, but apparently Wifi is fine at all other places in town. There are many hotels in Page. Consider a different one.

First disappointment - the staff at the reception. not attentive, not customer focused, not helpful at all. rooms are ok, but noisy, you can hear everything from the corridors and upstairs. internet is very slow. we stayed 2 nights, the room was not cleaned, however housekeeping came into our room despite the fact the do not disturb sign was out. they never came back after we left during the day. breakfast was nice.

This hotel is not worthy to wear the Best Western Plus logo. Hotel and rooms are dated and air conditioning (212) stinks of mold. Chambermaids (Chinese) cannot speak English and breakfast is not good. A nice dining room but coffee is not drinkable. Location in the city center of Page is perfect. Rooms are expensive and very noisy, price / quality ratio is poor. Better sleeping on the 3rd floor or choose the Holiday Inn in Page. Is much better!

Good location for visiting all the natural features of Page and Lake Powell. The staff are friendly and well-intentioned. Outdated procedures mean long, long lines for breakfast (so long they warn you as you check in with a sign and suggestions on how to mitigate). The internet is incredibly slow, and kept throwing my laptop and phone off the Wi-Fi. I couldn't hold conversations with friends, view images, or respond to emails. The guest laundry is a good feature, but 3 out of 4 washers were broken. One didn't have a sign on it, and so it ate my money (first time I figured out it was broken). The front desk staff were not empowered to put a sign on it, and so guest after guest lost their money in that machine. 2 dryers were also broken. I spent the better part of an afternoon unable to return to my hotel room without getting someone from the front desk to use their master key because my key stopped working and the young man at the front desk failed to make working keys - 3 separate pairs of keys failed on top of mine. He promised to remedy, but did not follow up. I wound up waiting in the long checkin line to talk to a more experienced woman who made me a working set of keys on the first try. The hotel could use some maintenance and some updated procedures.

Rooms ok, it was just the wifi and breakfast that were terrible. Wifi didn't work at all, and for breakfast they make you stand in a line and they check your room number. Someone used our room number for breakfast, and the attendant only let one of us eat. Room was twice as expensive as any other hotel from our trip around the Utah National Parks.

We loved this hotel - doing a 11 day trip and staying in 7 different hotels with only spent 1 night here, had a 2 queen bed junior suite which was awesome. Tons of room, desk, fridge, bathroom area, sitting area - great for a family of 4. Only the tv remote was a bit funky,.. but there's worse. The breakfast has a huge selection and very delicious. The pool area is awesome with very comfy lounge chairs/islands. Found plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Close to shopping, the dam, lake Powell. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend last month. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, and even though the hotel was completely booked during our stay, they kept up with keeping the food stocked. The outdoor patio was a really nice spot to sit as well.

The only thing this property has is location and a very good cafeteria staff and breakfast. Rooms are ugly and outdated. Housekeeping is not good and quality of furniture was horrible in rooms. I can't believe BW calls this property a Plus. Shame on them. The fact they are based out of Arizona you would think their corporate office would be on top of this. I will not stay there and don't recommend on the rate they want to charge to stay their neither. Much better options and rates somewhere else. Again not qualified to call itself a BW Plus. Should be just a normal BW. That's it and charge consumers the adequate rate to such. Sorry but I don't lie. I hate to have to give a bad review but if I don't they will continue to lie about who they are and screw consumers into thinking they are booking something that is a false.

Poor customer service there was only o e person working and it took 45 minutes to check in - line stretched outside and all of that in 105 degree heat. Rooms looked tired and outdated nothing line shown on pictures, bed linens were nasty, towels looked like they have been washed a thousand times. Breakfast was nasty. Asked to speak with manager and was told by front desk staff that manager/owner is rarely on property and takes complaints by email only. It's been two weeks still no response. There are many nice properties in Lake Powell region this is not one of them. Do yourself and favor and select another hotel.

this was an excellent hotel the the rooms were large and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the lake Powell area. The staff was very friendly bedroom very comfortable and the hot tub was excellent.

I stayed here for two nights with my family and friends. As other people describe but is also mentioned inthe hotel itself is that the rooms are a bit noisy. This was no problem for me but might be to others. Breakfast buffet including the breakfast area were fine. When we checked out of the hotel my son forgot a brand new jacket in the room. When he found out two days later I called the hotel and the woman on the phone promised me to check if it was found and call me back.Since they did not call me back I gave them a call again next day. Again I was promised to be called back but ther did not. Still no call received. I had not expected the jacket to be found but I would have appreciated a call when promised. "No, we did not found it" is also an answer. The my final conclusion is that this is a nice hotel to stay but customer service is not the best I have experienced.

The check-in was quick but we would have appreciated a bit more information (breakfast' swimming pool, ...). The express check-out is great. The room was generally clean but there were some stains on the sheets and some hair in the bath. We did not have a hairdryer in the room and had to request one twice before we finally got it. The beds were comfortable, there was a fridge in the room. The water in the swimming pool might have been clean, so were the cushions on the sunbeds. The breakfast was ok. It was a good place for a shirt stay in Page.

This hotel was very clean and the personnel were very friendly and very knowledgeable.Breakfast was great. Electricity went out but the personnel handle the situation in a very nice way. All people felt confident the power would come back on and it did.

We were only in Page one night on our southwest road trip. The hotel was very nice and clean. We visited Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, this location was close to both as well as many restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was spotty but that's to be expected for the area. The pool and hot tube were nice. Staff was friendly. Only real complaint was only half of the washers working, during peak season it made it impossible to wash anything. Would stay here again if we were ever in the area

WiFi was very inconsistent. Was told there is nothing they could do about it. Coffee machine didn't work and wasn't replaced when asked to be. Front desk staff not very attentive. Good location with plenty of restaurants around.

We thought this was a great hotel - well managed, well decorated, and well located. One of the better Best Westerns we've visited. Our group of 4 sisters had one very large room with 3 large beds and a couch - perfect for us! The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good - lots of choices. Would stay here again.

The AC is so loud; sounds like a leaf blower. Kept us up most of the night. Typical Best Western otherwise. Breakfast had a nice selection however you can only go once so make sure you don't forget something.

We've been in Page for one night. Although we arrived well prior to the official check-in time the very polite receptionists Charmain and Natasha managed to find a room for us. We highly appreciated this as we wanted to go to an Antelope Canyon Tour where we were not allowed to take our baggage with us. So the two receptionists made our day! The room was very clean and quite. It was a perfect stay! Thank you.

Hotel is nice but it is way under staffed. At 4PM, there was only one lady at the desk and the line was crazy. she had to check-in, answered the phone, etc. It took me almost an hour to get my room keys. we were missing towels in our room and when we call her she said she would bring some later. After dinner we still did not get them so we call back and she was unpleasant by telling us that she was alone and will stop by when available, then she just hanged up. Guess what, we never got towels :-/

First I will say that our room was comfortable and clean, as expected of Best Western. We arrived around 4.00 pm ( the official check in time here but later than most hotels ). Our room was not ready, and the desk guy had various excuses as to why, none of which were plausible. After being told there was nothing to do but wait, we finally had a room close to 5.00 pm. In the elevator up to the room, I mentioned to a housekeeping person that it seemed the hotel needed more staff, the response being " we hear that all the time ". Reception advises that a breakfast wait is likely at the normal hours - the good news was that our wait this time wasn't as long as the previous days room wait. This hotel is in a convenient location, and one of the staff recommended State 48 for dinner, which was terrific. Unfortunately, this is a comfortable hotel that is being totally mismanaged .

We traveled from Grand Canyon and checked in at the hotel late on Saturday night. We were traveling with parents and kids and had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights at the hotel. The reservation for 2 nights was made separately and we placed in a request at the time of booking to not make us move rooms during our stay. They said the same was not possible which is understandable but what was unacceptable is they expected us to check out of our current room and spend 2 hours in the lobby... before checking in. The front service staff was extremely rude and did not even consider that we were traveling with parents and kids, tracking down the checkout time of 11 am to every second. They were even averse to opening the cloak room. Bottom line .... please do not choose the hotel if you are traveling with family or want to have a good vacation time.

Had a great stay at this location! Kim, Tash, Jeri, and Bill all made BOTH of our continental breakfasts awesome and they made sure everyone was well accommodated. Loren at the front desk happily gave us great dinner recommendation at State 48 — great choice! Thanks for making our stay!

The ladies at the service desk were very helpful. Natasha and Charmain were able to help me with many questions about how to get to the marina. They also let me know about my options for a gluten free breakfast.

This was a beautiful, reasonably priced hotel with a good breakfast. The pool area was very nice and you could see a beautiful sunset from poolside. We spent 3 nights here between hiking in the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Zion National Park.

location very centre and was walking distance to the tour checking point . located close to everywhere , in the same area there are some otther hotels also . parking was easy and breakfast was nice, adequate , there is a pool that we did not use . important point is located not far from the main hotel entrance and since i smoke this an important point

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights on our 2200 mile trip to visit multiple states and multiple national parks. I must say this was the best hotel as far as comfort of beds go and the organization of the complimentary breakfast and staff. Bill was extremely efficient in seating people and making sure all was running smoothly. The help he had in the serving area, Falene, Mado and Tasha had their act together. They were pleasant and worked quickly to be sure you had what you wanted to eat. Many of the other hotels we stayed at were run poorly, and the beds were uncomfortable but once I hit that bed at this Best Western it was comfort all night long. I even told the woman at the reception desk. Keep up the good work. You outshine all the others.

Pros: plenty of counter space in the lavatory area two (count'em two) well-positioned safety grab bars in the bath area easy to adjust room temperature clean beds, clean rooms (and I check the mattress, mattress pad, and sheets) the first of seven hotels in our trip to have a functioning sink stopper! Cons: very busy breakfast area (but there was a hostess to help find us find seating)

The hotel is situated in a good position to visit Antelope canyon and Lake Powell. The rooms are clean and confortable. Natasha, the team member at the reception, was very kind and willing to help us. We racommend it.

Room was newly remodeled with a keurig in the room and plenty of shower supplies for the kids who forgot theirs. It also had Central air, so no noisy window air cooler. the room was very nice. Hotel is in a good, central location within 10-15 minutes of Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Glen Canyon Dam bridge.

This is not one of the better Best Westerns. The reception staff were not friendly; there was no complimentary bottled water on offer and no available tea and coffee in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water, however the shower tap was opposite, so you had to turn to cold to get hot water! The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer. Wifi is not the best as it kept dropping out. Breakfast is excellent but very busy Location is good. Would try elsewhere if ever visiting again.

Its typical hotel for one night. If You are exploring page area its worth to stay here. Problems with internet - but they informed us on front desk. You have few restaurants just next to hotel. Room was clean and looks like hundres other rooms in whole USA.

It was a little overpriced for what you get. The rooms were ok, not very big or well appointed. The staff was friendly but very slow. And the breakfast was very limited - eggs, toast, yogurt, cereal, and a few other miscellaneous pantry items. Overall the stay was ok, and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Had a great stay! I booked a room for six people. The room had three queen beds and a nice couch. Huge double vanity. The breakfast buffet was delicious and Bill, the breakfast supervisor, was so helpful in getting everyone through the breakfast buffet and seated. Thanks Bill!

We stayed in the Hotel for one night. The by the Hotel offered wireless Internet wasn't really working, the AC in the second room was as well not working and the floor was dirty! The reception didn't offer any excuse.

Quick to book online. Disappointed that we had to pay extra fee for breakfast. 4 Max occupancy and looks like the rate online only serves for 1. I was told the 2nd one was 'free' and had to pay for the other 2 people of $10.99 each. Also, first time I saw someone making sure whoever is in the breakfast area is indeed a guest in the hotel. One sided shower curtain.

I had a great stay at this BW. The location, room and amentities were all excellent. Two things to keep in mind: first, they serve continental breakfast and ask that guests wait to be seated. While at first this seemed, odd, as I've been used to open seating, I have to say this is a great way to handle the busy tourist season. Second, the hotel wi-fi is not fast and the hotel clearly warns guests about this, so you might be better off using cellular data.

The hotel is very central to all Page activities. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. The pool area does close at 10:00 pm Breakfast is excellent with a very good selection.

Excellent! Clean, Kind! Close to town. I received good info on area activities and maps. I would stay there again in a minute!! Had a little trouble with their computer, but front desk staff was quick to fix the problem.

Overall, a very good property. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Staff were very pleasant. So why not a perfect score? Breakfast. The content of breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. But there is a capacity issue. A sign at the front desk warns that during peak hours you will confront long line. We came down before opening hours and staked out our place in line. But two enormous bus groups (including one Chinese group with the typical obnoxious behavior of this group...pushing, shoving, grabbing) [This last comment will get me labelled as a racist and will force TripAdvisor to censor my comments....but let's be honest....this is a group that does not play nicely in the sandbox of travelers]. Accordingly, the property should consider some alternative, such as a table of "grab and go" table of pastries and coffee wherein the individual travelers could procure a modest breakfast and retreat to the sanctity of their hotel room.

Beautiful hotel, great service and location. Located right in Page and walking distance to most restaurants and shopping. Also has multiple washers and dryers for your use. close driving distance to Antelope canyon and Horseshoe Bend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous and tasty. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Didn't swim but the pool area was clean. Internet was slow at times but still adequate. Location was excellent!

We chose this hotel as we were going to Moab after visiting the Grand Canyon North Rim. The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff were very efficient in checking us in. Considering we are Best Western Members we were giving the top floor but did not get a view of the Rim. The parking lot does not give you much of a view. The room had some damage to it upon arrival and was relatively clean. We found a hair in the shampoo bottle and when we went to use the shampoo there was barely enough to wash our hair. There was a strange window from the bathroom that you see in the bedroom. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls. Breakfasts was just ok and only had cereal and yogurt as the other food was not appetising for us. Not sure if we would stay here again. When leavng the hotel there is a blind spot that could cause a serious accident.

—ALERT— Woke up to bed bugs in Room 105 this morning. Hotel did nothing to help except offer to change my room (I bet others are infested too) and did NOT apologize or refund the stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We booked a two-bed stay. There were 3 adults and two kids. At breakfast, Bill found out two adults have had breakfast under our room #. "I said, "That's ok. There are noodles in the room." Bill said it's Mother's Day. He wanted me to spend time with the family. He let me in.

Wonderful property for the money. Very well decorated rooms that are spacious with nice amenities. Comfortable bed, really liked the variety of pillows to chose from...firm to extra soft. Great hot breakfast with lots of selection and excellent coffee. Will stay here again and bring our family. Page is the perfect spot to stay for visiting this part of Arizona, lots to do and the staff really knew the area. They guided us to a great fishing spot and hiking areas.

Overall this hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is amazing although it does get crowded at times, and convenient location to area attractions. Only downside during our stay was that we went out to the pool and hot tub and the towel rack was empty. I called the front desk to let them know but no one came with towels the whole time we were out there.

Best western check in is too late(4p.m.) the elevator was one for tons of people, and the towels were dirty and the bathroom was too small. Another best western that i would not reccomend, already told to the travel agency

If this a Best Western PLUS Hotel, how should be the "normal" Best Western Hotels?? 1.) In the room the fridge was not working. Crawling at the dirty floor, I fixed it. Not connected…. 2.) Paper in the lavatory bowl - disinfection from our side necessary! No clue what they understand under "room service" 3.) Swimming pool was closed 4.) Information from website "High speed Internet" is a joke. At the front desk a sign: no high speed available based on the local internet provider - he don´t has it Conclusion: Fake website at this topic 5.) Ice machine at the 2nd floor out of order - no information available where is the next 6.) check out time is 11 AM. But both (!) door keys are not working after 10.40 AM, 7.) After arrival, explanation at the front desk staff, he was a story teller with a lot of "bla bla etc." I told him, we expect a compensation. He said he will manage this. 8.) Check out: another staff, not motivated, no information about all of this topics. And I told this person, that we expect a mail from the management within 24 hours. AND NOW: She said I should send a mail!!! Hello???? Why I spend 30 min. to explain all the issues again? Two times? And: No feedback from the management since more than one week. Message to the management: It´s not necessary that you comment this rating. I have forwarded this at the Best Western top management.

Big and clean rooms. We asked for quite room on the top floor and we got it, thanks to Trevor. The stuff at the reception desk, all the girls are not friendly. They act like being sick and tired of all the guests. Otherwise the location is perfect, you can reach stores, reataurants by walk. Also good breakfast with lots of choices. I would definitely go back to this hotel but would be nice if the reception desk stuff would act a little bit more friendly.

We got corner room.it was L shaped,big and clean.Bathroom and shower/bathtub, with doors so you can use the bathroom while some one using sink.Room also had a counter with microwave,sink and fridge. 2 windows that you can actualy OPEN, how nice. It was realy nice to get some fresh air.Good breakfast,potatoes,scrambled eggs,boiled eggs,ham and etc,strong coffee. I gave 4 due to the fact that the pool was not open when hotels around had theyrs. Hotel had only the hot tub going.Very nice pool area. Over all it was a realy good stay.Hotel in realy good location close to everything,good customer service,pleanty of parking. I would recomend

Short driving distance to the wonderful sites like Antelope Canyon, Marinas. Near groceries and restaurants, staff are superbly friendly especially Trevor, many choices for breakfast although lounge is always crowded but there's always a chance to have a new friend. Rooms are clean and has comfortably sized for the 4 of us.

I was due to visit this hotel in May this year. Unfortunately due to my dad being at the end of his life due to cancer I had to unexpectedly cancel. All other hotels on my trip refunded me any deposit and did not charge for the booking as a gesture of goodwill under the circumstances. The manager at this hotel refused to do this. After numerous emails she told me she would liaise with her boss but then never got back to me and has ignored recent emails. No compassion. No manners. Sub standard. Disappointed.

Hotel itself was OK and provided complimentary breakfast, room was big. Problem was, that checkout is at 11 AM, but from 9 AM houskeeping knocked on doors from room to room and tried to kick us out 2 hours earlier. That should not happen at any hotel...

I love coming to Page, AZ when I visit the Grand Canyon and this is where I stay every time. It's really convenient and comfortable, the service is great and the rooms are clean. In close proximity, there are several really good restaurants, convenience stores and other amazing places to hike.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. I have spent about 75 nights in hotels this year alone. We had a four night stay booked at this location and in the first hour we realized the staircase next to our room would be an issue. They said they were full for the evening, it was 3pm, and we could not be moved until the next day. We heard people walk up and down the stairs with and without bags all evening, the first guests leaving about 4:30am. The staff moved us the next day, to the room above, still next to the staircase. They stated no one knew that we were having a noise problem. Clearly no one was listening to our issue. They said they could move us to a standard room from a suite, but they could not refund us any money. Wanting some sleep we had to agree to their terms. We got into the new room and their was a "fluid" stain on the bed's headboard. They said they would clean it right away. We returned to our room that evening, no one had come to clean the stain. We once again had to contact the manager, who said she personally would come to the room, she never showed. House keeping came and sprayed cleaner, but the stain still was there, at least we knew it was sterilized. Overall issues with the hotel. There was a sign in the front lobby that said it wasn't their specific WiFi that was slow, it is the entire area. This is not true, we connected to the hotel next door, it was much faster. Our mini-fridge was very loud, but after our other problems at this hotel, this was the least of our issues. However, I heard multiple people complaining about the noise coming from their mini fridges too. Do not ruin your trip by staying at this location during your trip, there are many other options in the area.

The room was very spacious and had three queen sized beds, great for us and our two teenagers. It was tastefully decorated. Sink area and dining/living room area was very spacious, much bigger than usual hotel chains' rooms. Fridge and Keurig coffee/tea maker also in the room, Breakfast was the standard hotel fare but nicely organized and clean. Friendly and helpful staff for sightseeing tips. We booked in advance and our hotel price was really good value for what we got. Hot tub/pool area nice and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at best western lake powell. Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good and included many options, location was great - walking distqnce to museum, upper antelope tours, bowling, restaurants. Hot tub was nice to finish the day with

I asked for a quiet room on top floor and was given front facing room on second floor--go figure. Although I could hear the footsteps and showers of my upstairs neighbors, they were quiet by 10pm. I could put the fan "on" and it covered the road noise. Comfortable bed, so I got a good night's sleep. The one slow elevator can be a problem if crowded. The host for breakfast rattled off about which were open tables, but didn't exactly seat me. They did serve oatmeal, so I was able to get some whole grain.

Excellent location, very close to points of interest. Swimming-pool and hot tub. Large choice of food for breakfast. Very clean lobby and the high speed internet works very well. The rooms are spacious.

Issues encountered included were an internet connection that kept dropping on all three of our devices, a single elevator which was not a problem checking in but was checking out, the new floors were very squeaky on the floor above us and we could hear every step taken with shoes on. On the good side, staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was above average because they make fresh pancakes and the room was very clean. One suggestion - change the pillows to regular sized ones.

This hotel was very good. It's a busy place but there were accommodating folks working at the front desk. Room was very comoftrtable and quiet. Housejeeping service came early in the day. Great buffet breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area can't accommodate everyone at once so they manage it by seating you themselves. Argenmado was excellent. He is a very efficient and dedicated guy. Also, good service from Rosella, Fae and Bill.

The service was very efficient .The front desk staff went out of her way to help us with the coffee machine.Courteous,Friendly staff.Wonderful Location.We will go and stay there in our next trip to page.

We bought 2 nights reservation from Priceline during our spring break trip (March 21-23), confirmation #244059210. A week before our trip we decided to stay only for the 2nd night, so we called the hotel directly to inform them about that. The person that answered our phone said that she will put a note, so the reservation won't be cancelled. When we arrived on the night of March 22, we were rejected by Samantha, the hotel manager. She was saying that their hotel was fully booked and our reservation was cancelled although we already paid for 2 nights and gave them a call to notify them that we will arrive on the 2nd night. We were so tired and hoping to rest that night, but she was kept offering us to go to other cheap hotel and get a refund from Priceline. They way she addressed us was very mean and rude. She seemed to look down on us by kept asked us to stay in a cheap hotel which we refused. Later we found out from Priceline that they still have rooms available, they just didn't want to give it to us with the price we paid. Luckily, we managed to find a better and more professional hotel in Holiday Inn, Page. Since we planned to travel more for leisure, we initially thought that Best Western may be a good option, but after this experience we do not think we will ever stay at any Best Western.

We booked our stay for two nights. When we arrived, they told us we had been upgraded, which we originally thought was great. We got in the room (on the 'pool level' floor AKA basement) and it was pretty updated for the most part and spacious. Later that evening, when we got back to the room to go to bed, we quickly realized that our room was located right on the end of the building under the stairs and side exit door. All night and into the early morning people were loudly running down the stairs and using the exit door which slammed shut and was extremely loud in the room. Unfortunately, this was the case for both nights. The beds were comfy, but we couldn't get good sleep due to the constant disruption. The breakfast set up was also pretty weird. You had to check in at the front desk and we actually had to wait to be 'seated'. You don't have a server and it's a typical hotel buffet style breakfast. We just wanted to grab some food to-go, but were told we had to wait. Food was below average and not worth the wait. Location was good and within walking distance to many places in the town.

This is clearly an old hotel trying to be more modern. The lobby and breakfast and common areas are very well decorated.The room doors are original (1960's) probably. Parts of the rooms have been updated, but not all, it's a mishmash of old and new. The kitchen suites are poorly appointed: no paper towel, no cloth or towel to wash dishes, no spoons etc...so not really a kitchen suite. There were lines for breakfast anytime after 0630. The first night we had a problem with the shower not working, maintenance had to be called and we waited for the faucet to be replaced...would nobody have noticed this before, since the faucet was so faulty? Staff were friendly, there was parking available at all times. It was okay, not great.

We stay at Best Westerns often and usually look for BW Pluses to stay at. My wife booked through Booking.com this time. A king room with a rollaway since none of their rooms (or suites) have fold-out couches. When we went to check in, we were told they had us down for a two-queen room. We explained the issue and showed them the booking.com email, and were immediately told that wasn't their problem, it was because of booking.com. Of course, if they decide to do business with booking.com, then it is their problem. We were told they had no king rooms to put us in, so my wife asked if there was a king room available in the Best Western (not Plus) colocated behind this BW Plus and we were told no. I then mentioned that we are BW platinum members and we were then told they had a king room to put us in. I had to pay $21+ tax extra for the rollaway bed though and we had to call the desk twice, and wait several hours to have the rollaway delivered to the room. The next morning, when we came down to have breakfast in the lobby, we were told we'd have to pay for my daughter, there was three of us total, to eat breakfast; $10 if I remember correctly. I explained that we had booked a room for three people and even paid extra $ for a rollaway. I was still told no but when I pushed the issue they allowed us all in. There was about a half hour before the breakfast was to shutdown but many items were running short. No one was staffing the pancake station so that was not available to us at all. As we were trying to finish eating, we weren't the only people still eating, they began to put away all the food and shut off the lights in the dining area. We were just so disappointed in this stay. I can't imagine we would ever chose to stay there again.

Brilliant location and very nice hotel. Booked through Booking.com and paid about £65 for a large room with twin double beds - a bargain, as that also included breakfast. Free parking and located within 10 minutes drive of Lake Powell. Breakfast was nothing fancy but enough to fuel you up for the day.

We stayed two nights, The room and hotel was clean and the Hotel staff were friendly. Our room was spacious. Although he Breakfast buffet typical breakfast food, it was tasty. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a A+. Rooms great and breakfast was organized to be helpful for a large crowd. We planned Antelope Canyon the next day and it was 5 minutes down same street from their office. The older ones wanted a Best Western Plus for the rest of trip but had already booked the remained of trip.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Great service and the hotel staff were so nice. Always greeted us. Hotel breakfast area was lovely and the front desk lady Charmain helped me purchase my beautiful locally made pottery. Would stay there again next time I visit.

We usually stay in a 2 1/2- 3 Star hotel. Hotel was very easy to find. Amply parking. Check in was very quick. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff at hotel were very friendly. Would stay again.

Very clean property with friendly staff. Breakfast option was (delicious) a plus! It is a 5 minute drive to Horseshoe Bend or to the Dam (separate directions). Close to the Hanging Garden hiking trail and dam overlook (also about 5 minutes).

Pros:Convenient location. Rooms clean. Cons: Staff didn't give too much info about attractions. Just told us where Walmart and Denny's was, nothing about visitors centre etc. Has to find out about the shuttle information for Horseshoe Bend ourselves which we found a bit perplexing. Rooms were very noisy as you could hear every footstep of those above. Breakfast was ok

Stayed here since the rates were decent and the reviews said there was a good breakfast. The hotel is older but looks in decent shape. Rooms are nice and while the pool was closed there was a hot tub for use. Breakfast was handled well with a lot of seats and options. Some times the amount of people there was a lot and we had to wait for a seat. Expanding your seating for the breakfast area would be a good idea. And offering the same choices every day for a bit old. Would be nice if it was changed up a bit like other places we have stayed. The first morning we were there we headed out and we were gone until almost 5pm that night. Our room was not cleaned at all. Housekeeping came in and took all our dirty towels and replaced our soap and then left. We had to call for towels since we weren't left with any. And the trash also wasn't emptied. I did let the front desk know. Housekeeping also came by the morning we checked out at 9am to see if we had left yet so they could clean the room. That was a little annoying. The hot tub and pool area were nice as many people didn't think to bring swim suits. So we basically had the area to ourselves. The jets kept splashing us in the face presumably from low water in the hot tub but we didn't mind. The front desk people were all very nice and I had no problems with anyone we dealt with. Would I return here? Maybe. The price was great but the lack of breakfast changing and the issues with housekeeping would have me look elsewhere first.

The hotel was nice. It looked fairly new. The room was comfortable, not spacious but a good size. Everything met our expectation. And the location was perfect for our purposes. We would stay there again.

Jeri, Brent and Kenda were friendly and great at breakfast. Very organized and lots of variety. Room was older but quiet and we had a great rest. Walking distance to good restaurants and a wee bit of shopping...

We've stayed at this Best Western twice and have been happy with the cleanliness of the facility, the spacious rooms, and the excellent breakfast choices each morning. We stayed on the third floor and the rooms there seem to have been renovated. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

We came to Page to visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Grand Staircase Escalante and had a great stay at the BW Plus in Page AZ. Hotel was clean and well taken care of - and best of all the staff were friendly, courteous, and took great care of us - especially Bill, Henrietta, and Jeri each morning at breakfast. Thanks everyone for a fantastic visit!

Ground floor room was a little dated. Everything worked fine and everything was clean, but just felt tired. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, the breakfast really is a great spread. Overall a good stay.

Best Western Plus at Lake Powell is exceptional. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast choices are more abundant than other BW locations. Staff in all departments are efficient and friendly. Hot tub was clean and in a quiet area to enjoy.

The hotel was conveniently located and we had a very comfortable stay. The only bad thing was upon entering our room there was a used towel hanging on the door from a previous guest. Small oversight. Everything else was clean and neat. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and gave us some great info. The breakfast was exceptional and Kendra and Jeri did an excellent job keeping everything Clean, hot a fresh and plentiful. I felt bad for them because most all of the guests seemed rude and unappreciative. Considering How crowded it was they were right on top of everything!!!

I'm giving this 3 1/2 stars overall but rounding up to 4 because the staff was nice. This was a decent hotel at a good price given that it is off-season. Room was clean and large, everything was quiet and felt safe. Heat didn't work great but was somewhat adequate. Breakfast was included and was good- nothing overly special but the breakfast seating area is far too small. Wifi was free/included but didn't work well at all, so don't anticipate doing anything important. Unfortunately I'm unlikely to stay here again because I usually travel with my dog. Minus 1 star for not being pet friendly. This is 2019, my dog is just as much a family member as other people's children-- and usually better behaved! Want to claim allergies? Other places have a few specified rooms that are pet friendly. May want to look into doing something like that, it's really not cool to discriminate against those with well behaved pets yet still allow unruly children.

We stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights. It is conveniently located for visitors to Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. The rooms are decent in size with all available amenities. They offer free infused water at the cafeteria. The breakfast has limited spread and sitting space. So one may have to wait in the queue before being seated. However, the steel cut oats are good to energise oneself for a day out. The property is well maintained. The washroom is a little crowded with the bath tub but the wash basin is moved to the room to make space. The presence of full length mirrors, self operated laundry and dryer is useful.

Hotel was in a great location there is a small Town Page near by where you can find Stores and Places to Eat', it was short drive to Antelope Canyon I strongly recommend using Navajo Tours read my review on them.

We spent two nights at this hotel. I always try to stay in a BW hotel when in the USA as they are always great quality This BW will be one of my favourites . Absolutely amazing. Great location, lovely rooms, one of the best BW breakfast ever. Staff is so friendly, a special mention to Trevor here, he was brilliant and most helpful Parking is free, wifi is free, breakfast is free. Rooms are great, comfortable sleep, usual tea and coffee maker, great bathroom. Will definitely recommend and would stay again anytime! Thank you

We stayed in 3 different best western during our trip to the US. This is my favorite best western hotel. The lobby is clean and looks new. Parking was free and spacious. Checking in and out is a breeze. Room layout is the best. I love that the sink was by the doorway. That way, when your companion is in the bathroom, you can still use the sink to wash up. I also love that they have a huge mirror. Room is clean and looks well maintained. Breakfast is better than the other Best Western Hotel we stayed at. I am very happy with my stay here. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The hotel was beautiful upon entrance. The front desk was very helpful in locating a room for my little family as we have a two year old. The breakfast was amazing with a pancake machine was amazing. The cost of the room was well worth the price. Just wish we had a view of Lake Powell.

Ironically enough...the best hotel in Page (in my opinon) is actually the normal Best western....which is right next to Best western Plus.... and is called "Best western: View of lake Powell". Anyhow..the Plus is also really good relative to it only being a 2-3 star hotel. Best breakfast buffet in the city of Page! Very fresh and good variety to choose from...and the rooms are very clean and orderly. The only problem with this hotel is it's internet...the connection is slow and inconsistent and it's difficult to reconnect to their network. Besides that everything is good.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Best Western Plus while exploring the area around Page. The room was comfortable, spacious, (they gave us a free upgrade to a double queen suite) and breakfast was good too.

I booked the family suite for our road trip to the Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The staff during check-in and check-out were really sweet and friendly. They made the process quick and simple. My friends and I loved having the 3 queen beds in our room. It was nice that we all had a bed to crash on after sightseeing. It's rare to find a place with more than 2 beds. We really enjoyed our stay and free breakfast in the morning.

Kendra wears so many hats at this location. She was checking people in, refilling coffee, working the breakfast room by herself, making pancakes for guests... all with a smile on her face! She made this stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Also, Trevor checked us in with a hello and a smile as soon as we entered the place. Other employees also welcomed us in the hallways with a smile on their face. What great hospitality! Whatever you're training your staff with, keep it up!

This hotel works fine for a stop on your road trip. It's clean and serve free hot breakfast. The staff is not very friendly. The lobby has a small number of convenience items for sale but the were all sold out. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate all the guests so there was a wait which they should warn people about at check in.

Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nice view from the room. Went to breakfast with the family and the "free breakfast" was only good for 2 people. Went to the counter and was told it would be an additional $13 each for the 2 kids. ..The breakfast was all pre-made food (ie 'instant eggs', etc.), and tasted terrible. What kind of hotel offers 'free breakfast' which doesn't include the kids. Family friendly you ain't.

We stayed for a few days to enjoy the Grand Canyon and were pleasantly surprised with our room and the breakfast options. The customer service from the front desk was superb and would like to commend Natasha Ch. for going above and beyond in our guest experience. We will certainly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family! Oh, and our room had a double show head - just wow after a long day of hiking!!!

The room was always cleaned amazingly and the employees were very kind and friendly, one of the times they truly shined was during the breakfast hour were Henrietta Bernita Fae and Bill were fantastic.

This review is for a basic 2 bedroom. Beautiful hotel with friendly and quick/easy services from front desk to breakfast staff. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well equipped with necessities. Floor looks like wood not sure if it is real or laminate and it is clean. Bed is firm and comfortable and sheets are crispy white clean. The whole place was just recently renovated about 4 years ago but they have kept it pristine clean. They have a system in everything and it works. Hot breakfast dining is big, clean and complete. They always have someone in there to look after the people coming in making sure everything is kept clean and to check tour room numbers. They have nice and comfortable tables and chairs. They even have their own pancake and granola toppings section. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, fruits, scrambled eggs with its own condiments station like tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream. They have plenty of sausages, diced potatoes, breads, pastries, a fridge for 2 kinds of yogurt, coffee, water, a big counter for cereal lovers.... they have a toaster and microwave.... it's crazy good. Pricing for this stay on a holiday is not bad at all especially it's a holiday season... it is in fact the most reasonable I have seen around mid December less than $70 even when I only booked it 10 days in advance. This is a beautiful clean newly renovated and reasonable hotel. They care about their guests. Their rooms are spacious not tight. They even have self serve bell hop carts outside the lobby for your luggages. Plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel. They are 5 miles away from horse shoe bend and .3 miles from our antelope tour, 2 miles away from walmart and most fast food places 2 hours away from the Grand Canyon and 2 hours 1/2 from Bryce Canyon. They are close to a couple of gas stations too. If you are not hard to please and do not complain in every little fiber about life and if you have a “just happy to be here” attitude, you will like this place a lot and appreciate it. Enjoy your stay!

Good environment and service. The room is clean and quiet. Due to network condition in Page, WiFi might loose connection sometimes, but it's fine overall. The breakfast is good and Bill is super nice to help us when having breakfast. When I had trouble using the machine, he made the pancake for me. Thanks, Bill.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus+ in Page, AZ near Lake Powell. Good location, nice property, and a reasonable rate. Although not overlooking Lake Powell, it is just a short drive to the dam.

Easy access, clean comfortable rooms, new decor. Great service and delicious breakfast. This is an easy choice for any traveler! We would stay here again anytime. Very reasonable rate for the amenities.

We arrived an hour early from check-in but Tracy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, getting us a huge room for the 4 of us with double beds immediately, and she also gave us a little slip for places to eat. This hotel is beautiful with a little view from our room on the 2nd floor of Lake Powell. Room was clean with the usual Best Western amenities. It was late in the evening when we discovered that our shower head was stuck but Tracy immediately got someone to come fix it and was very apologetic about the little incident. We love the breakfast oats and enjoyed the unlimited hot tea/coffee all day and have enjoyed our one night stay. Highly recommend.

I was really looking forward to this hotel as it looked like a really good hotel from outside and with all the facilities too. However as soon as you entered the hotel the smell of bleach was everywhere they had definitely cleaned that day if you know what I mean. A friends room seemed to be the area they had cleaned as she said that she couldn't sleep for the smell and it was making her eyes sore. I also noticed that there was just one employee moving the bags off our coach when we arrived and seemed a bit overworked. Also the bath tap in my room P22 had not been put in straight as it was put on sideways so I am glad I wanted to use the shower rather than have a bath otherwise if I hadn't noticed this, the water would of gone gushing over the side of the bath in to my room. I just cannot believe that no one had not sorted this out. I would like to think this is a problem that hasn't been fixed by the best western change and not the staff in the hotel as the latter would not surprise me. There was another problem with the bathroom in that if you closed the bathroom door on the room side you could not get back in to the bathroom as it locked itself. I had to call reception so I could open the door. I would also like to make you aware that there is no safe in your room which is another annoying concept that Best Westerns seem to employ. Apart from all the above the hotel was clean and and the breakfast was good.

We drove into Page and looked up hotels/motels on the internet. This Best Westerb Plus had good reviews and a room available so we decided to try. We were so glad we did! The room was spacious and spotless. The double shower head was fabulous. The bed was comfy. We got up early and drove to Horseshoe Bend, only a few minutes away, before coming back for the free breakfast. Breakfast was surprisingly great! They had Chobani yogurt and nice pastries and yummy sausages, eggs and potatoes. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk was friendly. And lastly, we got a fantastic rate. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff helped us get a great room. Cleanliness was good. AC/heaters are super quiet and run good. Staff is professional and helpful. Beds, plumbing, ceiling paint need work. Breakfast could be improved with better quality in selection, add bacon, have better coffee.

The front desk staff and the property manager helped to find a microwave that I requested. The breakfast was exceptional. Being a vegetarian, I had a lot of vegetarian/vegan choices. Bill, Bernita and Henrietta were friendly and provided great customer service.

Very, very nice hot buffet breakfast. Super clean room with everything available such as fridge and micro wave and there was even a Keurig coffee machine. Very helpful staff and check in and check out were very fast and accurate. Very safe place outside and plenty of free parking. Wifi was well working. There are some restaurants at walking distance. And to end the price was super for the quite expensive Page.

Room was comfortable, nice bed. Breakfast was good. There are two Bestwestern hotels right beside each other. I would have liked the other one with a view of the lake. This hotel has a pool but it was closed as it is outside and we were travelling in November.

Decent motel in a good location for visiting antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, glen canyon damn and lake Powell. Also close to plenty of restaurants and bars for dinner. Rooms are good, nice pool with plenty of seating, wifi good. Breakfast is fine, with standard motel fare. They use way too much single use plastic which is extremely bad for the environment. There is really no reason why big motel chains should support this extremely ecologically unfriendly type of service.

This really is a good Best Western hotel with great facilities. We stayed two nights. Our check-in was spoiled slightly (after a long drive to get to Page) by a rather grumpy member of staff but everything got better from then on in. The room was enormous with good decor and facilities. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we've encountered: lots of choice with a very pleasant surroundings. The hotel had good links to the main highways and the Glen Canyon dam area. If we're in the area, we would definitely come back here.

We had no complaints about our stay here. The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water and amenities. The breakfast was good also with a variety of hot/cold choices. Everything you need. It's convenient to Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, and Horseshoe Bend. Recommended.

the bed was SO horrible i was in dire pain for one week immediatley after sleeping in that horrible bed. I have never had pain issues AT ALL until i slept there for ONE night. It literally took me one week of severe pain to work it out of my neck and back. Horrible pillow, horrible mattress. Go somewhere else.

We stayed for two nights in November. Arrived late in the day after driving from the Grand Canyon and stopping at Horseshoe bend. Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was big, but the toilet was super loud and the shower took forever (20+ min) to drain after each persons shower. Breakfast was good with a ton of options. Would stay again if I'm the area.

We needed a room for one night while we visited Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet isn't anything special, but is perfectly adequate. Hotel could be decorated a little better inside, seemed kinda dated. We got a good deal with advanced payment, so I can't really complain too much. I would probably stay here again, if I ever come back to Page.

We visited Lake Powell and had a most comfortable and affordable stay at Best Western Plus. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and it was excellent and served by a most efficient staff. When we travel we will always look for Best Western Plus Hotels for our home away from home.

Stayed here 3 nights during our roadtrip. Good hotel, friendly staff, room spacious and clean, extensive breakfast and a great view from the room. The hotel is close to Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Antelope Canyon and Horse Shoe Bend. Which we all visites. It's a beautiful region. We also took a trip to Monument Valley, which wasn't too far away. I'd stay here again in the future.

Check in was little slow due to long line,friendly staff, Room was clean and comfortable, however we could hear the person above us stomping around , wifi worked well, breakfast was good, sausage-eggs potatoes ect...it was nice to have staff member seat us, overall we're happy with the hotel.

There is everything to like about this hotel. The lobby was inviting, staff friendly and helpful on check in. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed with nice amenities. The Keurig coffee was special touch. Breakfast was outstanding with very friendly people working there. Reasonable rates make this a place you want to come back to.

This is a wonderful place to stay at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and extra nice, great bed, dual massage shower head, Keurig coffee machine etc. The free breakfast was the best with great choices that you don't often get at this price range. If you are in Page this is the place to stay.

Nice hotel with great amenities, including their fantastic breakfast and dual-head showers. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Nice that they have a Keurig coffee maker in the room too with coffee and tea. Couldn't be happier with the service and hotel staff, all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is quite noisy, despite their best efforts. I could hear the people above me walking around (more like stomping) at all hours, very loudly. It was so loud it woke me up on several occasions. I could also hear whenever anyone around me (next door or above) turned on the shower, flushed the toilet, etc… I don't think that is acceptable for a hotel like this. The WiFi was also completely unreliable, but fast when it did work. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.

Stayed here during our month long road trip around Utah and vicinity. This Best Western offered not only a clean room but also an amazing breakfast with everything you can imagine. We were told that the line gets long later in the morning, so we got down early, but we found it not to crowded at all. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that we were given an end room (351) which had late night entertainment. The noise from the band could be heard in our room until late into the night. The hotel has a 10pm quiet policy but that didn't help when the noise came from outside. We would recommend requesting a room away from that area if at all possible.

After driving across Arizona all day we arrived at this hotel for our stay that had been reserved a few months in advance. We were greeted by a surly manager who quickly stated that our reservation had actually been cancelled by them just this morning because of credit card problems, and that they were now full. She insisted they called and left voicemails but we had neither on our phone. Keep in mind we are young, technology savvy people. After discussing this she said with incredible attitude that we were welcome to look for another place to stay “off the property”. So they cancelled our reservation with zero sympathy or apologies toward our situation then didn't even let us stay to use wifi while looking for another place. She was incredibly and unnecessarily rude to us, and offered absolutely zero help to us in this situation. If this is what management looks like at this hotel I would RUN. I have stayed in many Best Westerns and have never been treated this way, and with so much unnecessary attitude about it. There are plenty of other newer and better places in town with much kinder and more helpful people.

Rm# 337. We stayed four nights. This room was in a back corner by a stairwell, providing quick easy access to our vehicle, in and out. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was as expected, standard fair ... with very helpful and friendly staff. Page isn't very big, so almost anything is convenient, so it was a convenient location. We used the (small) physical training room. They had onsite laundry, so if you were traveling for a while that is convenient.

This hotel was basic. The ceilings were low and the room felt quite cramped and depressing. It seemed relatively clean. Was quite expensive given the quality of the room. The strangest thing was that we couldn't simultaneously have the TV, microwave and fridge all plugged in at once.We had to get someone from reception come and help us move the huge cupboard housing the fridge/ TV/ microwave away from the wall to access the power point, and we had to choose which 2 appliances to plug in at once. The receptionist wasn't overly helpful when I tried to ask her about Antelope Canyon. She looked at me incredulously when I asked her a question about the Canyon, like it wasn't part of her job to know about the local area, or help me with anything. There was a buffet breakfast, but it wasn't anything special. There was plenty of parking. The pool wasn't as nice as it looked in the photos.

With no carpet in the rooms, the noise from the room above us made it hard to sleep. I like the look of the floors, but carpet absorbs sound. With that said everything else was great!! The staff was friendly.

Chose this property at the last minute while driving to Page to visit the Antelope slot canyon. No complaints, it was clean and convenient to a lot of good restaurants nearby. I felt the condition of the property and cleanliness made for good value, given the price.

The friendly team at this hotel made a point of ensuring all guests felt welcome. The breakfast experience was like no other that I have experienced with Best Western. The accommodations were clean and updated. The location is central and easy to find. We will be back!

The room was enormous on second floor. Hotel is in a quiet location within walking distance to a few restaurants 5/10 mins drive to Glen Canyon lookout and visitor centre. Breakfast was just average. Rooms clean and plenty of parking

Friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast was good with a very wide selection. The room was a corner suite and had a great view of the city. The hotel was vey quiet at night and a nice pool and hot tub. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The only complaint I have is the 1 elevator isn't enough when the hotel is fully booked.

As you check in, they have two signs posted already advising you of what they can't do. Basically, the WIFI barely works and breakfast gets crowded, so don't expect it stocked if you come at a peak time. Ok. As I"m checking in, I'm told as an elite reward member, I can get two free snacks. Great! My kids will like some ice cream or something. But, literally, there is some tomato soup and granola bars. Um, gee thanks. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There are two Best Westerns next to each other. This is the one with no view. So, just don't get them mixed up if you think you're getting a few. If I go back to Page, I'd probably try another hotel.

Nice mid-range plus hotel. Room was good and clean. Hotel very busy, but that is expected where it is. Crazy when a bus tour shows up. Within walking distance to many restaurants. Short drive to dam and scenic vistas. Close to Lake Powell.

A great place to spend a night or longer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Great location and still it was very quiet. The complementary breakfast had a great variety of choices. There was even a hostess to help direct you to an empty table.

Great views of the mountains and it is in close proximity of to so many things! We were able to get up, have a good breakfast, and sight see nearby. I will definitely reccomend this place to others. The only downside is that the hotel had only 1 elevator for the 2 floors, other than that, great!

I have stayed in many hotels, including other Best Westerns and I can guarantee I will never stay here again. The staff is very rude to guests and each other, the breakfast is subpar at best, the pool has zero shade so you will burn in five minutes and there is zero security in the hotel (all of the entrance is around the building do not require key access). Page is a very small town and there are a million hotels. Seriously just stay somewhere else it's not worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel once about five years ago, and it was pretty clean and comfortable back then. Since that time, everything has been renovated and it's very nice. Gone are all the carpets in the rooms (my allergies thank you) and everything is shiny and new. The lobby looks great and the breakfast is still a nice touch. The front desk was very helpful when checking in, pointing out that a major road collapsed in the storms last night, so we were able to adjust our plans and driving route the following day. That saved us hours and hours in lost vacation time! Thank you!

Stayed here for just one night and that was long enough. Ants in the bathroom, cold tap didn't work very well with just a dribble of water. Room in the lower ground floor whereby WiFi reception was poor. The fire exit / security door open all the time as the lock didn't work enabling anyone from the car park to enter the hotel corridor. Reported all to reception with no or little response. Local restaurants poor, one horse town

Just on the edge of town as you come up the hill - sits proudly on the corner! Receiption was processing unit, no real welcome and room was not anything special but comfortable. Breakfast was on par with rest of stay - just ok And checking out was equal to checknig in Actual stay - Sept 2016

This is a nice hotel, breakfast is included but is just a buffet style, nothing special. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable but in my opinion they charge like they are a fancy resort and they are not. It is an average hotel and should be priced as such. I stayed here a few years ago and the prices were reasonable, now they have jacked up the prices so the average person can't even afford it. Too bad, I do like this hotel but just can't justify the price for what you get. I can get the same type of room and breakfast for about $100 per night less.

Good location for exploring grand canyon and horseshoe bend. Room was clean and comfortable, however we could hear the person in the room above us stomping around and a past guest had set an alarm which went off early in the morning, I think house keeping should check the clocks when cleaning. Breakfast was good, nice variety

We stayed here for one night to visit the Antelope. We had a room with 2 comfortable queen beds but not spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The waiters and waitress were also very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus at Lake Powell. The hotel lobby was modern, the amenities were nice, the breakfast was great, and the staff was fantastic. There was a great breakfast in the morning -- with many different options. The location was perfect ~10 min drive to Antelope canyon. We had fantastic service from Jen Mado, Kendra, and Natasha who helped us with breakfast and check-out. Thank you!

We spent one night at this Best Western Plus. We were surprised walking into the room that there was no carpet. Instead vinyl plank flooring was throughout the room. It definitely felt less warm and cozy. It also contributed a great deal of noise from the room above us, which seemed to be sliding furniture around. The bed was not the most comfy. It did not have a pillow top and seemed old. The bathroom was partially redone, but they needed to caulk the under-counter mount sink to keep out the black mold that was growing between sink and countertop. The curtain in the bathtub also barely touched the top of the tub and we ended up with water on the floor when showering. For breakfast we were greeted and seated. The offered selections included hot eggs, sausage, potatoes along with pancakes, muffins, cereal, juice, etc. A nice selection of items. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our stay was fine, but could have been better.

My partner and I stayed September 7th and 8th in a double room with two queen beds on the third floor. Breakfast was good; Outdoor pool and jacuzzi were good but getting a seat was difficult from 3pm to 7pm. Air conditioner was loud and sleeping with the window open meant a rude awakening from early riser travelers. The internet was very slow from 4pm to midnight.

but disposable tableware for breakfast, are you serious? Also the towels get changed daily if they are not laying on the floor and our soap was disposed?! Absolut enviroment unfriendly! In my opinion an absolut no go nowadays! WiFi was not usable. A hint in the lobby says that the internet connection speed is a problem of the region, but in a bar a few hundred meters up the road it is working fine. Room was clean, everything else was okay.

You can safely book this hotel and not be disappointed! Clean rooms and friendly staff - you'll be glad you stayed! The breakfast has many hot items and is a must for families - get your belly full before the day of traveling begins.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Late August while visiting the parks nearby. Hotel is in a good location in Page and appears to be one of the nicer looking hotels in the area. Room was clean, but had a bit of weird smell to it, nothing terrible. Staff seemed friendly and Breakfast had plenty of choices. Hotel could be decorated a little better inside, seemed kinda dated. We got a good deal with advanced payment, so I can't really complain too much. I would probably stay here again, if I ever come back to Page.

We stayed at this Best Western and were VERY disappointed! Stayed 2 days and were charged 2 different prices 101.96 and 137.66, same dirty room. BOGGERS on the light switch as you walk in the room, dirty Kleenex behind the TV, dirt on the floor by the desk. Had to wait for a room until after 4 . Staff NOT friendly at all. I understand that we were there at a busy time August 21 and 22 but there is no excuse for dirty rooms. Our Room was 119

Great location, easily accessible, with good views of the Canyon and with convenient parking. Good sized room, clean discreet everywhere, all accessories are present and working, except a safe in the room (and with the inability to leave valuables at reception!). Breakfast in inappropriate environment without proper cleaning of the surfaces between one person and another, with paper plates that are just fine in some situations but do not correlate with the rate of the room. Busy staff and visibly inclined to regard tourists as a horde from whom get rid as soon as possible (in some cases, but not all tourists are equal). Maximum reached when one night back at the hotel and trying to buy a bottle of water distributors (one water dispenser, everything else in sodas) and being "sold out" I went to the front desk asking if it was possible have a bottle (of course); answer: no. Noting that the price of the room could also allow the option of having 125 ml. drinkable liquid natural, I was told that "this was the policy of the chain and good night text, good night, without lifting your face from your desktop. Congratulations for the abruptness, the end of the relationship with the "chain".

or 2 nights in June 2018. Price is reasonable. Hotel is at a convenient location, close to many restaurants and attraction points. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast is excellent. Check in and check out is fast. Just one point that we are not happy. We booked through Expedia with advance payment collected by Expedia. When we checked out, we asked for a receipt but the registration staff said that we paid through Expedia so a receipt will only be provided by Expedia. When we return to Toronto I noticed that my credit card was charged again by Best Western even we have already paid Expedia. After talking to Best Western Hotel Manage Min, she agreed to refund the double charge to my Credit Card. However, with the currency exchange rate difference from the Debit and Credit transactions, I lost $25 as a result. Min, the Manager was nice enough to agreed to send me a cheque of $25 to compensate my lost. Today I received the cheque and I am very appreciative that Min did what she promised. Thanks again Min for your follow up action. I will definitely recommend Best Western at Lake Powell to anyone who plans to visit Page AZ.

Rooms were comfortable and included some nice shower/bath amenities. Service was always with a smile and very efficient. This is not always easy during summer peak as the hotel was clearly full with large groups of tourists. As mentioned in other reviews the breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in hotel of this category. Even given a full house it was well-organized, often replenished, and kept clean despite high traffic. Thanks to the whole team for a great stay!

We started 100+ days ago & have driven over 11,000 miles around this beautiful country of ours. We've stay in many Hilton properties, Best Western Plus, & Hamptons, all with nice breakfast bars.... BUT this ONE Is exceptionally great. The eggs were real, cooked with butter & a little cream... yum. Fruits, freshly made pancakes with wonderful toppings & they serve you! It is by far the best service & food of any hotel we have ever stayed. Exceeds what is normally average. Our staff included Bill, Mado, Rosie, & Ronnie. Excellent, I can't say it enough! Thank you for going beyond the expected!

booked this hotel due to its good price. The rooms were large and the amenities OK. the beds are comfy and they had a fridge which was great. They also had a place to refill your plastic bottles(well done). The laundry room has a few washing machine and driers and the front desk has detergent. The pool area is small but adequate. the staff were very friendly on arrival and helped us on the day we left by allowing my wife to be at the pool after we checked out so I could do a tour of the antelope canyon. Breakfast was fine but very busy, we had to wait for a table in the morning.

The rooms are big and comfortable. They have a laundry room which is very handy on a long road trip. The pool isn't huge, but it is very pleasant. The breakfast buffet isn't anything special, but is perfectly adequate. All in all a very satisfactory stay. WiFi is poor, but that is not the hotel's problem, as much of Page apparently has poor connectivity.

The rooms were fine but when we checked in with four people they did not tell us that breakfast is only complimentary for two people in the room. Without knowing this I woke up at 7am to have breakfast with my family and when approaching the breakfast room there was a security table and Bill Cole let three members of my family in by refused to allow me to have breakfast unless I went upstairs to the lobby and paid them another 10 dollars on top of the 400 I already spent on one night in the room. I expressed how no one informed us when we checked in and he stated they didn't know we had 4 when we were all standing at the front desk at check in. I then informed Bill that this was unacceptable and I will not be staying in best western again on my travels and Bill Cole replied with hostility “that's absolutely fine with me.” If this is the level of customer service this hotel chain offers for something as insignificant as $10 then I will be choosing other hotel chains in the future and will recommend against staying at best western, who choose to nickel and dime their guests.

This is a very average hotel. It is a family hotel, lots of kids stayed the hotel and occupied the pool. The entrance had water on the floor from the wall water feature. Which should have been cleaned up but stayed on the ground for a few hours. The staff was decently welcoming and accommodating. The room was older and been worn down . The bed was dented and uncomfortable. We asked to switch rooms because the bed was very uncomfortable. our feet were higher than our heads when laying the bed - the second room was a little better. We stayed one night here. The breakfast was crowded and required a wait to accommodate all guests to be seated. Not sure why this hotel was a best western plus, didn't see the extra amenities to make it a plus. We switched the second night to the best western across the street. The other best western was not a plus and it was a lot nicer and the beds were not dented. Overall, for the best western plus the entrance was not clean, the rooms were outdated, beds were old and dented - very uncomfortable, the staff was nice, overall wouldn't recommend this hotel but it's fine for a short stay.

Hotel is good,rooms clean, capacity of breakfast is low and you need to wait! The same with swimming pool where is hard to get seat. Area is good for hiking in range if cca 1 hour drive you can find several obes with low traffic if people yoy can be alone in desert

This is a very comfortable hotel, rooms are big, it was supposed to be refurbished and the rooms had some new furniture but could tell it was a old hotel with fresh paint on the floors with rooms. the lobby and breakfast buffet are nice and updated. The breakfast was great, they seat your family for the free buffet. It is busy but doable. Great selection of breakfast foods, delicious pastry's. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. Happy we stayed here, a great trip!

The rooms where not clean, don't walk on your bare feet because they will be dirty. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast was more than OK. The hotel has 1 elevator, so be prepared for a queue.

The place was clean and neatly maintained, good breakfast was served in the morning, ample parking space. That said, this would not be my first choice if I ever go back to Page, just because of the rooms they have in the basement level. Our preference would be to stay at a higher level to see the views of the place.

Pool was really cold but jacuzzi was nice. The beds were comfy and the towels we soft. This place has 4 sets of washer dryer so that was good because we were traveling and they worked well and fast. Great tasting breakfast there had a pancake machine too . I saw coyotes run down the street at 6:15 AM from the patio and that was a highlight for me!

We stayed here for just one night whilst visiting antelope canyons. We had a 6:15am tour so ended up getting to the hotel ridiculously early. Although they couldn't check us in that early they let us have a big free breakfast in the restaurant thank you Natasha Charmain!

Large room equipped with comfy queen beds. Breakfast pretty good . good point is the pancake dispenser. There is a pool and gym in the basement . few minutes away from horseshoe bend and antelope canyon

Extremely busy hotel...rooms were nice..hallways were hot...complained 3 times about noise ...but after motorcycling for week and a 1/2 they had the best breakfast buffet...overall very satisfied with my stay and would stay again

This hotel was one of 5 we spent a night on our road-trip around Grand Canyon. Unusual to find a room with 3 queen beds - it was huge and just what we needed for a family of 5. Long wait for check in was the only downside, with time change between UT and AZ we arrived at 3 and had to wait until 4 to check in. Rosie at breakfast pancake station was super friendly and polite - shoutout to her for great customer service example. We didn't use the pool but rather drove out to glen canyon park to meet up with friends and swam in lake Powell/ great beach and facilities.

So after driving for 6 hours, we arrived at this hotel to check in. I called them prior to our arrival to let them know we were arriving close to 11 pm. While waiting in line to check in, a lady in front of me was just making a last minute reservation for two rooms. When it got to my turn, the employee said to us: I have to let you know that I only have two rooms left and there is no A/C in your room, but I can give you 20 percent off. I immediately told her that was unacceptable when the temperature was over 90 degrees. She said there was nothing she could do. So pretty much she gave up the lady in front of me two rooms with working A/C but I got screwed regardless of making a reservation weeks prior. To add to this, when we got to the room the smell of Chinese food/curry or whatever that was.. almost made us vomit. I was really looking forward to our experience in this hotel and for a person that has traveled almost all over the world I've never experienced such bad customer service. Very disappointed.

We stayed one night at this Best Western while visiting the slot canyons in the area. Check-in was quick and easy. We were also upgraded to a junior suite! The room was spacious and clean. The pool looked great, but we didn't have time to enjoy it. Breakfast was wonderful. We were seated right away, and I would recommend going to breakfast early because there was a long line when we were leaving the hotel. Check-out was also very quick and easy.

Multiple broken items including bathtub not being drained after shower. Location was good for Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. There are other hotels nearby. This hotel is not ready for prime time. Missing TV in a suite room. Requested prior to the trip to be put on the second floor but ended on the very first floor where the parking lot was - which was what I was trying to avoid. Second night moved me to a room back to the second floor only with a hole on the ceiling (looked like something was removed like a smoke detector) and a bathtub that would not drain.

This hotel is in a great location in Page within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The pool area is nice and offers shady spots. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. My only complaint is that the pillows they provide are like small square throw pillows and when I asked for a normal pillow they said they didn't have any. I will stay at the BW across the street next time only because they have normal pillows.

Room was great. Beds comfortable. Pool a little chilly, but lots of fun. Someone had to come & let us in the pool. We tried to scan our room key, but instead there was a latch at the top of the gate. Check-in & check-out easy. Breakfast good. Would like to have had some fresh fruit as an option, but otherwise great. Pat, Henrietta & Bernita were great help at breakfast. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed out stay at this Best Western Plus Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations on places to eat. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and Patricia (working the dining area) was so very friendly and accommodating to our needs. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is pleasant and well located for a visit to Antelope Canyon. The complimentary breakfast was very good but crowded on our Sunday visit. (A sign at the front desk notified guests what hours would be less busy.) Benita helped us find a table as we had a tour booked and needed to hurry. We had a few minor issues, such as no shampoo, but they were quickly resolved. The staff was pleasant and responsive. This hotel is a good choice for visitors to the area.

Nice, modern rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice pool that is peaceful during the day but gets a little crowded in the evening. Hot tub is large but also gets a little crowded in the evening. Large flat screen TVs & Mini Fridge in each room.

Booked two queen room (add rollaway), but when called to reconfirm was told we had been upgraded to a two queen suite...the suite was nice enough (l.r. with AWEFUL couch...think it may have been pullout at one time) with two queens in bedroom. Had them bring rollaway for our Grandson (age 14) and he wound up sleep on the aweful couch because bed was so uncomfortable). He also called because could connect to WIFI...told our room and was told we were "too far from the router"...WHAT KIND OF WIFI is this? Breakfast was buffet, but quite nice...breakfast room large, clean and bright. Pool area nice with little cabanas and hot tub...I couldn't stay because the WASPS were most annoying and plentiful. Trevon at front desk was most accommodating and helpful.

We got a really good deal on our room. It's definitely one of the good choices in the area that won't break the bank, but has some niceties to make your stay very comfortable. My absolute favorite part was the breakfast crew: Patricia, Angel, Etta, and Fae! It was fantastic to have such a good start to our days. The pool area was nice as well, after a day of hiking we loved soaking in the hot water. Beds were comfy, room was clean. I'd come back for sure.

These particular individuals were fantastic hosts and were efficient and very friendly. The breakfast area was always clean, well-stocked and had everything you would ever want or expect for breakfast. All the breakfast items were delicious.

The service and food was excellent. Angel, Patricia, Fae and Etta were so friendly and helpful. Great selection of food. I would like to thank Patricia in particular as she was very friendly when we first arrived for breakfast. She was very attentive and making sure we were doing well and if we needed anything else. This was the perfect place to stay for visiting Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell and the surrounding area! We took our entire extended family (ages 4-89) and all were well taken care of from the rooms to the included breakfast to the pool and fitness room. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast every morning at the hotel is awesome. There is ample selection to choose from. There is pancake, fresh fruits, variety of yogurt to choose from, hard boiled egg, scramble egg, ham, bread, bagel, etc. The waitresses and waiters, Payricia, Ancel, Fae, and Maro, were all very sincere and helpful. I would definitely come back stay here again.

Page is home to the Glen Canyon Dam, a small community that clings to a mesa top overlooking the magnificent dam, lake and waterways. If you like houseboating, this is the place. And this is the hotel to stay at. Reasonable rates, great views, center of town. I'd recommend this to anyone. Don't forget to visit the local sites, they will blow you away!

Everyone here is incredibly nice! Especially Patricia, Angel, Etta & Kendra. Breakfast was delicious and we had so many options. This hotel is clean, updated & has some amazing views. We were definitely not disappointed and will be returning.

Overnight stay at page, was easy to find in main area of town. Plenty of parking, but only one lift. Room good size and clean. Breakfast area was large, member of staff checked off our room number and we easily found a table. Good choice of items, pancakes made by staff to order, with toppings. Got busier after 7.30am. Tables cleared quickly, good team of staff, Fae, Kindra, Pat and Jeri, made it a good experience.

A nice place to stay, room was a tad smaller than other Best Western's I've stayed at. Breakfast items were excellent. Service was exceptional. As an example: I sat down with my breakfast (it was buffet style), the service personal came to my area and asked if I wanted coffee. However, because it's a big tourist destination, expect to pay as reflected by this status.

Only stayed here one night, the check in was very efficient and our room was spacious with a firm bed. The room was clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very good with helpful staff and a good selection to start the day. My only criticism is the building has a single elevator, so getting the lift at busy times can take a while. I would happily stay here again.

We got a really good price for our two night stay. Check in was quick, room had everything in we needed. Coffee machine looked impressive but my word that coffee was too strong for me - it could put hairs on your chest as we say in the UK. The wifi was absolutely terrible - I know I was on holiday but I got lots of information for our trip whilst looking on the internet and this was the worst we had encountered. The shower was great but I wasn't keen on the sink being in the bedroom - I would have preferred it in the bathroom but I suppose everyone's preference is different. There was always a queue for breakfast and we had to wait a little while for a table. There was fair choice but I really didn't like having everything on cardboard plates, bowls and cups with plastic cutlery but there were quite a few hotels that seem to do this. The staff at breakfast were always lovely. The pool area was quite nice but the pool towels could do with being a bit bigger. The jacuzzi was meant to be heated but they seemed to be having a problem with it when we were there so it wasn't as warm as people wanted and some made a few complaints. Our room faced the road and I am quite a light sleeper so I could quite often hear the traffic but we were only there a couple of days so it didn't really matter but if I was going back I would ask for a room at the back.

Clean rooms. Breakfast was great, with exceptional staff. The young ladies running the breakfast buffet were very friendly and considerate. The air conditioner was not working when I arrived. The maintenance staff came to look at the unit, but failed to inform me (or the front desk) about their conclusions. Fortunately, another room was available with a functional A/C unit.

We decided to stay at the Best Western Plus in Page Arizona because it was one of the nicest hotels in the area while still affordable. The room is very nice with new furniture, an upgrade bathroom (shower is awesome) and spacious layout. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating as well, specifically Patricia, Angel, Fae and Mado who provided excellent service for the complimentary breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel for all travelers coming to Page.

The Best Western Plus is what it is. Nice, clean and comfortable. What stood out for me durning my stay was the staff. They did everything they could do to make my stay fantastic. Specifically Kendra and the front desk people. Thank you so much.

The efficient and friendly service throughout our stay was excellent. First, they were able to accommodate a room change for us at the time of checkin which was a plus. Then, as a result of me leaving a few personal items behind, they communicated with me directly and sent them out at no additional charge to me. Went beyond what I expected and it was very appreciated. Great location and service. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This was our favorite hotel on our 2 week trip. We were warmly welcomed and treated wonderfully by caring employees for the 3 days we stayed here. The breakfast was amazing with such a huge assortment of hot and cold foods. Our room was newly remodeled and clean and spacious. Keurig coffee in our room was a treat.

The overall experience was exceptional due to the professional attention given by the hotel staff. The breakfast experience was extremely nice, clean, professional and friendly. There was a delightful gal that walked around refilling coffee cups. This is the first Best Western we've stayed at where we received this kind of service during breakfast.

Terribly loud, lots of hallway noise, bathroom fan is loud as is the fridge and the AC. View is on a parking lot. Towels were old, soap holder not cleaned and the sink splashes all over the place. On the plus side there was a hard floor and it had 2 suitcase holders. Definitely not what one would expect from Best Western given their overall good standards. Every hotel in Page was way overpriced during our stay, BW had a good rate of 90 ish bucks when we booked but at the day of arrival it was 250 ish. Next time I'll avoid Page hotels :)

Happy to have an unexpected upgrade here from the friendly receptionist, which resulted in a large 2 bed queen. But why ruin it with old furnishings? The sofa bed had clearly seen better days, incongruous with the rest of the updated room. Basic but functional breakfast, but be warned - I whacked my head on the low-hanging lights in the breakfast room three times... as did the woman sitting next to me. This needs a redesign.

I have a nice experience here. Good sleep and good location. There are swimming pool and SPA,you can have a wonderful family trip here. And the agents are really friendly and helpful. Especially Patricia,Fae,Etta,Jeri. I will come back soon.

the hotel is quite nice. I think it has been refurbished. the rooms are specious and clean. it has a laundromat which does not work most of the time. the pool and the hot tub are very nice. the only problem is the grumpy staff. they rarely smile. we were 4 people and by mistake, on the second night they put us as 2 people. they did not want to let us into the dining room for breakfast. I explained that it is a mistake, since none of us disappeared. it took them a long time to communicate to the manager and let us in to eat.

Very good value for money hotel in Page. A good base for all our activities so stayed for 3 nights. Went to monument valley and Bryce Canyon from here. The breakfast was ample, plenty to choose from. Nice clean, comfortable room. Only 1 lift and stairs at opposite end from reception.

We booked for one night as a stopover. The check in staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, although by the elevators it was a bit noisy. Laundry facilities are available and a bonus...we were able to clean the weeks camping gear before our next experience. Hotel is in a good location within walking distance of restaurants and some shops. If thinking of this hotel recommend an early check in or reserve ahead as it filled quickly after about 4pm. Breakfast was great, with lots of options and no shortage of food...would stay again.

Our room at this hotel was spacious and modern - no issues with cleanliness either - we had a fridge and there was a water station and ice maker on our floor by the lifts. The hotel has staff issues - the day we checked in was not busy. We were the only guests there and the young lady on Reception could not have been more disinterested. She barely looked up from her computer and just about answered the few questions we asked her. Even the cleaning staff ignored us when we said hello. Not a great welcome. The hotel is a 5 min walk into Page where there are a few shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has no bar or restaurant so you need to eat out. It is in a good location for visiting Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam. We didn't understand why the outdoor pool was closed during spring break when the weather was 25 degrees. We saw several children asking to use the pool but staff said it would be opening soon but it never did. We'd just travelled from the Best Western Grand Canyon and, despite being cooler there, their outdoor pool was open. Breakfast at this hotel was the worst we've ever had. The dining room is far too small for the number of guests and there was always a large queue for a table. A notice suggests that guests take breakfast between 6.00am to 6.30am to avoid the queue - but who wants to get up that early when you're on holiday? I was shocked at this hotel (not a cheap stay) to be served breakfast on paper plates, paper cups and plastic cutlery. What happened to their proper plates and cups? Breakfast itself was very average - the fresh pancakes were good but not much else was - there was no chopped fresh fruit. I've never had plastic cutlery or paper plates in any hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at lots of hotels all over USA and Europe. We felt that the poor service, dreadful breakfast (including tableware), queues, no pool - all really let the Best Western name down. We had just travelled from the Best Western Grand Canyon to this hotel on our way to Vegas. The staff at the BW Canyon were so much friendlier and helpful than the staff at this hotel. Despite our room at BW Lake Powell being nicer than the one at BW Canyon, we enjoyed our stay at BW Canyon much more due to the happy staff and terrific breakfast. Perhaps the staff from this hotel should go and visit the Best Western Grand Canyon and see how it should be done.

We had booked this hotel as part of a USA road trip of 8 people as we were travelling from the Grand Canyon South Rim to Las Vegas and had booked a kayaking trip at Lake Powell. We arrived late (approx 9.15) to find no staff at the check in area and no notice to say why. Having called out a few times and waiting about 5-10 mins I knocked on the desk and a member of staff came out saying 'I'm not at the desk so there's no point banging on it!' - no hello, no welcome, no apology for the desk being unmanned, just rudeness. When I asked if our rooms were quiet as requested I was told yes, however one room was opposite the staff room with staff coming and going all the time making it very noisy; this room also had an connecting door which had a gap of approx 2 inches and we could see the feet of the people next door and could hear everything! We put a towel in the gap and a suitcase but that didn't help. Another one our rooms had stains on the sheets and hair on the pillows! When I went to request a room change the same member of staff who checked us in didn't apologise or say anything just tapped on the computer and told us the number of the new room and gave keys over. The new room was fine. After a sleepless night for me due to being opposite the staff room, I went to the check in desk to ask for a change of room to be met by Charmain who could not have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful. She was amazing! We were moved to a much quieter room on the 3rd floor and slept really well that night. As others have mentioned, it was disappointing that we couldn't use the pool and that we weren't informed of the renovation work being carried out on the hotel during our stay. I understand laminate is easier to clean but we could hear the people above us going to and from the bathroom and our friends in another room had kids above them who were up and running around before 7am. With these facilities being out of order, it was a shame that we were charged the same price - I always feel that if some of the facilities are not available, you shouldn't be charged the same amount as if they are. Breakfast was OK but although I had emailed the hotel regarding a dietary requirement and a notice being up saying gluten free food was available, when I asked I was told that the eggs were OK along with the fruit and yoghurt - not a great selection. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel although as mentioned Charmain is a great member of staff and a credit to the hotel. It was a disappointing stay in the middle of a great road trip.

We arrived later in the evening so didn't have to wait to check in. They do require a license plate number, as others have noted. Not much of an issue, other than I had to track my husband down to get it off the rental car key fob. The front desk woman was very helpful and friendly. The one elevator is rather annoying as it is smaller too, but not much they can really do about that. The room was nicely updated. I understand that laminate flooring is much easier to clean but it is much noisier than carpet. We could hear the people above us walking around. More annoying were the people in the room next to us, they were very loud. But again that isn't really the hotels fault. The breakfast was great, a big space with nice fixtures. There were a lot of people eating but we still had someplace to sit. Yes, you do have to give your name and room number but we didn't have any issues with getting food at different times. We all went down at different times and ate. It's probably to curtail people coming in from off the street or other hotels to eat. The food was good quality and they were quick to replenish it and also quick to clean off tables after people left. The only disappointment we had was we left a fleece jacket in our room and we called to notify them of it. We never heard anything back from them. The cleaning person had to have seen it, as it was sitting on the desk chair. Doubtful it was left in the room for the next customer. I hope whomever has it is enjoying it. :( I would stay here again if we were in the area. Close to many attractions, nice staff and clean.

This hotel is old and it was very noisy. There is a sink to the right as you walk in the door. The internet was unusable and the television was a joke. No channels worth watching and the picture was stretched with no controls to change it. The pool was closed. The price we paid was outrageous. We went to a restaurant next to the hotel which was horrible. The worst stay during our vacation and the highest price we had to pay, for both the hotel and the dinner.

Tub did not drain during shower. Removed stopper to find drain was clogged with hair. Left stopper off in hopes drain would be cleared. It was not, had to pull filthy debris out by hand. Trash bag was removed and placed on side table and remained there for 2 days until I checked out.

This hotel does not have a Lake View! I thought it was a Best Western overlooking the lake but there are two right next door to each other and only the other one has a view and is about the same price! Our stay started out with rude front desk clerk. Finally at the front of a LONG line to check in we were told "you have to go get your license plate number". A previous hotel gave us a ticket to put on the dashboard which was much more convenient and considerate. Pool and hottub were closed. Would have been nice to have at least the hottub open considering the balmy weather and premium rates. Breakfast had a very long line. There is only one elevator and the one set of stairs are very inconveniently located way down at the end of a long long hall so with the hotel full there were long waits to get back and forth to the third floor (and I'd hate to try to evacuate in a fire). Then the internet service was extremely slow and spotty. My son needed internet for an online college class. He had to sit at a certain spot in the room or go to the lobby to access the extremely slow service (<2mbps and spotty). After inquiring about it at the desk, the hotel posted an apology and blamed it on Page being surrounded by federal and Indian land and having slow internet. However our next hotel in Cannonville, Utah population 169- in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by mountains and National Parks has 40mbps and tech savvy son says that the spottiness at BWP-Page is a networking issue internal to the hotel.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds because it was a great price! When my husband and I arrived, the front desk gave us a king bed room at not extra charge. I thought this was incredibly nice and I was so happy with how nice the hotel was for what I had paid. Definitely impressed by the quality!!

Great location at an awesome price. The breakfast was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in the past. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. Horseshoe bend is about 10 mins from hotel. Grand Canyon is roughly about 2 hr drive. Staff was nice and helpful recommending other attractions and good restaurants.

It was a late check in accompanied by computer systems down. The pool and hot tub were not up and running. Our shower leaked and kept leaking even after they tried to fix it. There were coffee pods but no coffee maker in our room. They said they'd try to look for another but that never happened. The pillows were also kind of weird and lumpy. I've also never been at a hotel where they check your name off for the breakfast, so eat all you can because you can't go back. I will say the man who work the breakfast scene was a super hard worker and very friendly, so that was a plus.

Stayed here to see Antelope Canyon. Rates are very good. Breakfast excellent and staff are very friendly. Central location in town is convenient for access to other sites. We arrived later than expected, but staff treated us well.

Best western was a nice, clean and decent hotel. While booking in their description we saw pool but did not see the seasonal, so during our stay the pool was closed. Also, we were on the 1st floor and me being a light sleeper could hear people on the floor above us walking. The morning breakfast was pretty good. The front desk receiptionist was exceptionally good and provided us with prompt and great service whenever needed, that why I gave it a 3

This is the place to stay in Page, AZ. Great hotel and friendly staff. We loved our room- we had a family suite for 5 of us- it was roomy with 3 queen beds, plus a sofa and table too-- very, very nice! Breakfast was delicious and the best!! You could even get freshly made pancakes. Our favorite hotel on our vacation through Nevada, Arizona and Utah.

Apparently recently remodeled but poorly done. We paid premium prices for the Best Western @ $242 per night plus taxes. There is one working elevator for the entire hotel. At busy times just not enough. Note the floor of it in the photos. It was dirty at checkin the night before and at checkout still dirty and had not been mopped. The bathroom had stains in the ceiling where a poor patch job had been done- not well. The towel hanger in the bathroom was not installed level-see pictures. The molding along the bathroom floor was cut backwards and installed- then no caulking put in to fill the gap. The hotel should inspect room 249 and demand that it be done right by the contractor if they want to charge us premium pricing.

I found this property to be really pleasant and a good value. The lobby was very attractive/retro modern. The rooms were very attractive and clean. Loved the non-carpeted floors, it felt so much cleaner. Super quiet at night, didn't hear any doors slamming at all hours of the night. Plumbing was very loud but was not really an issue this night. Breakfast options were great hot and cold and they had many attendants who were very nice. Front desk was always friendly. Plenty of parking. No particular view.

Best hotel on our tour thru California and Utah. Very friendly staff especially Jeri, Mado and Fae. Thanks for a nice stay! We had a nice view over lake powell from our room. The surroundings are amazing. Must do is the Lower Antelope Canyon and horseshoe bend.

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for us. We spent two days at this hotel, which looked amazing online. When we arrived, we encountered a long line at check in due to it being Spring Break, sold out and only one staff at the front counter. Our room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not tend to our room during our stay. What was strange is we left our room and had contact with housekeeping who was cleaning the room next to ours. We have no idea how they could have missed our room. Sound carries in this hotel as the rooms are not carpeted; it is a laminate flooring. You will hear every noise of your neighbours above -- It was incredibly loud for us. The gentleman greeting us for breakfast each morning was amazing and the breakfast was good. It looked like there was a great outdoor pool but for unknown reasons it remained closed. For the issues we encountered, we were offered 500 Best Western Reward points. We requested a discount on our bill; we were given $10.00 off a two night stay. We would not stay at this hotel again.

I found the room comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the good breakfast was a bonus. The room was reasonably priced. The parking was easy and convenient. If I go back to Page I'll definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in the process of being remodeled. We stayed in a new room and it was beautifully remodeled. The breakfast area is fantastic and one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had! The staff was very efficient and friendly! Thank you Best Western Lake Powell for a great stay!

I liked the room a lot, bed was OK, neighbors were loud. It was obnoxious, there's no real barrier with the connecting room doors so if they have a loud whiney voice u hear it. The breakfast was good. The location was good nice view

Nice front desk and breakfast staff. Room was ok. Pillows very hard and bed not that great. We could hear every step that upstairs guests took. We're not complainers by any means. I think walls & ceilings are jus thin maybe? The amazing thing was how busy the breakfast room was. We had to wait about 10'min to get a table. They have a hostess taking names & seating people. Efficient but very surprising

We stayed here at the start of March and thought the hotel was excellent value for money and much better than many of the more expensive hotels we stayed in. Room was clean and appeared to have been recently redecorated with comfy beds. Great place to spend a night in Page

The hotel was easy to find. We were in a family room which was very roomy. It appeared to be recently remodeled with tasteful decor. The beds were very comfy. We appreciated the double sinks when getting ready in the morning and absolutely loved the double headed shower! The breakfast was good. This was the first place I've stayed where there was a check-in seating for the breakfast area. There was a small line when we got there and actually it was nicer waiting in the lobby rather than walking around with a plate of food and trying to find a place to sit. One of the nicer Best Westerns I have been in.

This Best Western should be the model for all Best Westerns (and I love Best Western). The service was excellent. I'd accidentally booked the wrong date online. I phoned, quick change made...not an issue. And when I booked in the next day, the woman at the counter remembered my call and asked how I liked Bryce Canyons. The lobby and breakfast area were as neat as a pin and the decor was cute. Fantastic breakfast, lots of seating and TVs at strategic placements. And art! The room was great. Big, modern fixtures and a keurig coffee make...with even a sleepy time herbal tea included in the mix...nice attention to details. The only weaknesses was the internet connection....not a buggy but it would wink in and out. Alll in all, Page Arizona was great. Great sleep. Loved kens tour of lower antelope canyon and dinner at big johns bbq was fantastic. Thank you.

Arrived to check in around 3:45 but was told that check in was not until 4pm and that we could not check in even a minute before. Ok..so we went to eat dinner since we hadn't eaten all day. Come back and our room was ready. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and boy could you tell. There were paint chips and debris all over the hall carpet which was never vacuumed during our stay. We arrived at our room and while the beds were clean the chair in the room had a lot of stains on it and it appeared they had been in our room that day doing renovation work because there were paint chips and debris on our floor (wood not carpeted) as well that had not been vacuumed up. Partially because the floors are wood laminate not carpet you can hear every foot step that goes on in the room above you and it kept us up at night and woke us up in the morning. Bed was very uncomfortable and it was the only hotel of our trip I had a hard time sleeping in. Breakfast was good. Price was good. Overall the hotel was just average, not bad for a one night stay passing through but for a longer vacation I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

My sister and I recently stayed at this BW Plus while in Page. It was a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I prefer carpet instead of bare floor, but that would be my only complaint. My sister, on the other hand, prefers the bare floor!

This maybe a long review- but read it if you are considering this hotel . We booked a room at this Best Western because we were visiting Antelope Canyon. We checked in at 9pm. As soon as we entered the room we noticed stains everywhere. On the curtain panel above the window, on the curtain itself, on the floor, the throw pillows, the sheets and the blankets. There was also human hair all over the place. (See pictures) The person working that night came by to take pictures to show her manager since we complained and asked for another room. She said she was going to bring us clean sheets as they were sold out for the night. When she returned, she didn't have anywhere to place the replacement linen, so my wife offered to carry it until the employee removed the stained bedding. I went to the bathroom to get a towel( which were placed on a shower seat that has probably had someone's naked butt on in the past but I didn't think about that at the time) to place the replacement bedding on but when I opened the first towel it had a poop stain about the size of my hand(maybe someone changed a diaper on it). She then opens the new sheet and I noticed a blood stain on it. We were so pissed and mind blown that we didn't get a picture of the towel or replacement sheet because we were too exhausted and couldn't believe that this was happening. The lady then came back with another sheet and when she started setting up the bed we noticed the sheet had hair strands as soon as it was opened. We were even more frustrated and we told her to take away all the cover sheets and extra pillows. We ended up sleeping on the bottom sheet and two pillows at 11pm and to top it off the bottom sheet still had hair on it but we were desperate and dusted it off with a towel. Our socks were full of hair and dust because of how dirty the floor was. We wanted to move to another hotel but the closet hotel available was a 3 hour drive away. I am not sure how others are staying at this hotel, did you check your sheets/towels? We didn't expect a 5 star hotel room but we did expect to have a clean bed and clean towels.

This hotel was awful! Our bed was SOOO bad that I could not sleep, it was old and had an EXTREME dip into the middle. If your going to remodel, buy some decent beds why don't you! There were numerous long black hairs on our white comforters and sheets, UMMM GROSS!!!! I literally checked the whole bed over for bed bugs as it seemed very probable they might like this old bed (found none)and the hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so the halls had furniture stacked in them. Pretty sure they remodeled with possibly the cheapest stuff they could hunt down. As someone else mentioned it was shoddy work with everything they have done. They informed us while checking in via a note on the front desk there would be no water the following day for 3-4 hours, luckily we had excursions planned, but really on a 3 day holiday weekend you choose to do that? I did complain to them about the bed, they said I had to pack up and bring all our stuff to the front desk so they could clean our room and give it to someone else, REALLY? I just told you the bed was so bad I couldn't sleep and you are going to give to someone else? They did move us to a different room, the bed was better but not by much! We had others in the hotel that had queen size beds and they seemed to be ok. Also we decided to have a Jacuzzi, all dressed in suits and went down and well it was locked. Went to front desk, she stated she had 5 families to check in and it was going to be awhile until she could go unlock it (it was not supposed to be locked) so we had to sit around in our suits and wait 35 minutes for her to be able to unlock the door, as she was by herself.

This hotel is located in the heart of Page and it's a good option if you plan to visit antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. At this time the hotel is being remodeled. Our room was newly remodeled and it was pretty clean. However the night staff could have been better, as we had to go several times to the reception to give some missing data and they still forgot about us. Luckily in the morning, at the checkout, everything was fixed. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Wifi and parking were included and free. If we go back to Page we will surely choose this hotel.

Stayed here one night while in Page. My room was recently renovated and was beautiful. The room was huge! Great price also. Quiet and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty standard but had many choices.

This was a good hotel, great location near several restaurants and not far from Lake Powell. Clean and beds were comfortable. The pillows could have been better. Kind of small and hard(ish). Full breakfast was a nice extra. We went to Horseshoe Bend from this location and it was close and easy to get to from here.

Good food, clean rooms, and good service. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were superstars. There was a beautiful mountain view even though there was no view of the lake. The rooms were beautiful.

It take 2 and half hours to get this hotel from south rim of grand canyon, we arrive at 8.30pm, not much to do, just sleep for tomorrow antelope tours. Average services, breakfast, but still OK for 1 one night stay.

This is a decent Best Western, and the exterior, lobby and breakfast area are good looking and neatly laid out. The room is nice and large - I liked the fact that there was a sink outside the bathroom - and the Keurig coffee machine in the room! The bed was just about ok - could have been a bit better. Breakfast was a bit annoying - there is a person who needs to check off your name in the guest list before you enter the breakfast area - but that shouldn't raise your expectaions - what you get there is just the standard fare found in most such hotels. Not sure what they were guarding the pancake machine for - you have to wait for someone to come and press the button! Otherwise - this is a pretty standard, good hotel for a short stay - there are enough spectacular sights in Page to get you out of the hotel quickly in the morning!

We stayed there for 1 night, hotel room is average size with microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, very near to horseshoe bend. clean room. free parking facility.Overall was clean and served my purpose.

Stayed here while visiting Antelope Canyon. The first room we got was quite filthy, not cleaned well. Stuff all over the carpet, coffee pod still there, etc. Changed rooms, second was better although not very-well cleaned either. Breakfast was disorganized (person assigning tables didn't know how to, e.g. assigning 2 people to a 6-person table - resulting in long line). Generally, everything about the hotel was just average. Given the large number of choices in Page, I would stay elsewhere if visiting again.

When researching accommodation for Page we are so lucky we found Best Western Plus. The pricing was better than Airbnb and the stay was wonderful. There's parking on site and our room was spacious, clean and modern. The location is excellent in visiting Horseshoe Bend (without traffic at 8am we got back to our accommodation from horseshoe in 5 minutes). The breakfast is sufficient with a lovely create your own pancakes station. We drove to the number 1 rated restaurant in Page, El Tapatio for dinner and that is super close to the accommodation at only about 2 minutes drive. We ate it back at the dining area next to the lobby and saw that heaps of other tourists were in the area with their cup noodles which is a great idea! We really loved how Best Western provided hot water, orange infused water, tea bags, coffee and all the essentials you need. So bring your cup noodles! We visited Hoseshoe bend at 7am in the morning so being able to make some hot tea in the provided paper cups and brought it with us to keep us warm. Highly recommend the stay!

Great hotel and value as it had a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Easy to get to and comfortable. We had no problems when we stayed. They do check you into breakfast before you eat- not as conducive for my sleepy head kids who like to race downstairs in the last 10 minutes of breakfast. It was great overall!

The breakfast was great! Very tasty and well organized. The hotel was clean, modern and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (beds, bathroom) were clean and comfortable, too. We were surprised that the actual price of the room was higher than what was advertised on TripAdvisor, but still a good value nonetheless.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's quiet. The hotel recently underwent some cosmetic improvements that are anything but. In my room, 311, the water in the sink was backwards (hot on the right, cold on the left), the cheap vinyl flooring was peeling up, the toilet would clog if you look at it sideways, the bath towels are fraying, the shower drain cannot keep up with the flow, the caulking around the shower looks like a kindergartner installed it, and old paint is visible around the edge of the new light fixtures. Definitely not worth $100 a night.

Overall experience was average. There was a powerful stench in the hallway by our room. The room itself was clean except for a faint smell of stale food. We were too tired to complain about this to the front desk, but hope that they take note of this. Must say that the breakfast was very well arranged and organized.

We arrived late in the evening after a long trip from Vegas. Upon arrival, we were fortunate to be offered an upgrade to a junior suite. This was wonderful after a long day driving. Upon entering the reception, I was impressed with the space, cleanliness, and check-in was a breeze (couple of questions, sign here please, and we were good to go) I used the fitness facility and was allowed to stay 15 minutes past official closing time - no hassle or pressure. I loved the room and the space, and the beds were excellent. The heater in the room worked, and the shower was a powerful twin-jet - it was like having a massage! Next morning, I was again impressed by the breakfast area - spacious, clean and all the food offerings set out neatly. In particular I enjoyed chatting with Bill the breakfast assistant and his dedication to helping guests and making their stay special was notable. He made some great pancakes for us! All in all a wonderful stay and I'd definitely go back to the Best Western Plus again. I'd highly recommend the junior suite when making a reservation. Thanks to Bill and all the staff for a memorable stay.

Small town but a beautiful Place to stay to visit Antelope Canyon And don't forget Horshebend Our tour guide Irene gave us all the tools to get great pictures of the Canyon . If you're visiting during Fall Bundle up

Great location, great staff, great breakfast. We had a mini suite with an amazing view and the staff was extremely helpful with local "must sees" and "things to do". I would stay at this best western again in a second.

We booked this hotel due to the convenience it had and the price it offered to visit the Canyon and Antelopes. This hotel is 5 - 20 mins max drive to almost all the attractions in Page, Az. Good restaurants in 3-5 mins walk able distance. We enjoyed our stay here, clean room, room service and they offered decent breakfast. Freshly made pancakes with toppings were totally unexpected. Staffs were so friendly and helpful in all aspects. Totally recommend this hotel for your wonderful Canyon experience where you are not paying a ton.
