Best Western Hotel Biri

Before our trip I read a lot of comments that hotel is pretty old and tired. But when we arrived we realized that hotel has been renovated. All the rooms are modern, fresh and cozy. Hotel has good parking, tasty breakfast on the last floor with the nice view. Rooms have comfy beds and balkonies with the good view. Location is not far from the city center and train station. From the last one you can easily reach to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I can defintelly recomend this hotel for couples and families with kids and grand parents.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Typical room in Europe, small and compact vs hotels in America. Awesome staff at front desk, very warm and helpful. Convenient parking behind hotel. Amazing breakfast, inexpensive but very valuable, waffle maker, hot eggs, bacon, cold cuts, drinks desserts and so much more. Great find. Lots of restauranrts near by and shopping center. Was there on business, but would return for family vacation

We had an emergency and had to leave Dubrovnik for Lyon, France. Padua was a good mid way stopping point, and we wanted no complications. We needed parking, a restaurant and not be in the centre of town. Biri satisfied on all counts. The hotel is modern and clean, excellent parking in a lot next door. Restaurant and bar on the top floor. A lovely Romanian young lady served us at dinner, she spoke excellent English and was very efficient and friendly. The Chef introduced himself ad the food we had was fine. My only quibble would be the hard pillows but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom a good size and its was quiet.

Hotel easy to find, secure parking and a 25 minute walk away from the city centre, just follow the river. Check in staff were excellent, we arrived early and left car in carpark. Visited Padua and at the end of the day checked in. All interactions with check in staff were first class. Room comfortable, maybe a little on the small side. Strong Wi Fi. The breakfast was very good, we selected to have breakfast at the last moment and I am pleased we did

I booked one hour before arrival, arrived late after a long trip and was starving - everything was closed, but the friendly front office team made kind suggestions where I could order food. Then the chef passed the lobby on his way home and asked if I wanted to eat. His team was still there, busy cleaning up and they quickly prepared me some delicious food, wow so friendly and kind - this is true hospitality from all members of the team and such an unusual caring experience. Thank you! Room and facilities are excellent, clean and nice. But it's always the people that make the real difference.

Over friendly staff from front desk to food server to porter. Located at a rotunda overlooking the Basilica of St. Anthony. Nice and clean lobby. Room assigned to us is basic but comfortable beds. Flat screen TV is small and a little confusing to manipulate for channels. Bathroom fixtures are modern, elegant, clean and complete. Small fridge is complete with snacks and drinks but not free. Ideal for a few day stay. Forty five minutes away from the airport and thirty minutes away from the dock to reach Venice.

Nice hotel at the outskirts of Padova. Easy and free parking. Rooms are okay for short-stay. Clean, good bed quality. Breakfast on the 7th floor with view around the city. Value for money is fantastic.

Stayed one night for business. Good wuality for the price. Got a suite for less koney than milan regular hotel room. Bathroom looks luke a spa, very spacious. Room was big and had a small balcony. Will come back

The room was not bad and most of the staff were friendly. However we were mislead to a group breakfast room in the morning. The food was poor and the room was noisy. Yes, we are Chinese and no, we were not in the group. The lady serving the breakfast didn't check our booking info or room number at all. I don't want to consider it as discrimination but this is not acceptable.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights because we were attending a concert at Stadio Euganeo. The room was large and looked recently renovated. Hotel staff spoke good English and were helpful and friendly. The location is great for getting to the stadium, as it is directly on the stadium shuttle line. It's about a 25 minute walk to the city center, and very close to a large shopping mall. Breakfast was 3€ per day and totally worth it - great selection and excellent value, plus it's on the terrace level so you get to enjoy the view. Would certainly stay here again if I ever find myself returning to Padova.

Worst experience ever at a hotel! Isn't this the hospitality industry? Well, apparently not at this hotel! The woman at the front desk was so rude that I had a completely sleepless night. She was definitely the one in charge.

Stayed here for two nights on a tour to Venice. The hotel is in a good location with a nice bar. It was just a 30 minute drive to Venice train station, but you can also take the train from Padova to Venice and use the water taxi in and around Venice. The rooms are very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable, but firm. The best part is the breakfast room and restaurant are on the 7th floor and there is a Terrance that hose nearly all the way around offering great views of the sunrise, the Italian Alps, and surrounding town of Padova. Good WiFi throughout the facilities. The breakfast was European style with bacon and eggs. Overall a very good stay.

Rooms are comfortable though the a.c. seems to never kick in. A bit tough to sleep in summer! Big, clean bathrooms - great for weary travellers. Breakfast is pretty basic with not too many options. The location is great, amidst supermarkets and pharmacies.

Do not expect to much. For business is ok but there are at same price some better. The rooms are clean but air conditioning is very loud and you have to turn off if you wanna sleep well. For the breakfast on the terrace is a very nice wake up and the food offer a sufficient variation for all tastes. I think is a business hotel and need to be renovated.. as a Tourist I would not choose. Also bit far away from city centre Average but clean and staff is very nice and kind

We stayed here for two nights in April to visit Padua. The room was large and although a bit dated was clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and a nice view from the seventh floor. Secure parking provided. It's a 10 minute bus ride into town and would stay here again if visiting the region.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and paid cash. A week later I see that I was charged from my credit card as well. Tried to contact the staff, they are useless. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay far, far away

Hotel Biri provides two types of rooms: Classic and Superior (the latter not included in any agreements and discounts). The "classic" rooms are small, very cold in winter, smelly and poor in services (in some missing bidet). In the "superior" rooms shower poorly pumped. All bathrooms have a scarce and poor Accessories: soap dispenser on the wall next to the sink and in the shower, a small bar of soap on the bidet. The breakfast room is cold, the coffee and orange juice dispensers not good and the white plastic chairs you might find leftover food and hair. Outside the hotel there are drug dealers and prostitutes. If you are not Italian, the reception will alert immediately to the nearest police station, which could show up at 7 in the morning, even on Sunday, knocking directly to your room, without any notice from the reception. They may lead you to the nearby police station and linger for an hour to unnecessary controls without any reason.

I highly recommend for staying here. Rooms are clean, bathroom is perfect. Maybe distance to venice could be a problem but if distance is not a problem definetly a solid choise.breakfast could be a little more diverse but i am turkish so it is acceptable i think

A very cute hotel.... me and the wife spent 5 days here back in May 2014 was a lovely pleasant stay. Most of the time we were out exploring the surrounding areas and towns. Which was amazing.... lots to see and can easily lose yourself. The hotel it self had everything we wanted and no complaints... defiantly recommend it if you heading to Padova.

Hotel Biri is older, but we really enjoyed large room and quite large and nice bathroom. Everything was brightly clean. Staff was nice. Restaurant for breakfast is on the 7th floor. Breakfast was fine. Biri is not in the center of Padua but we took nice walks to the city center, about 20min. In a few min.we reached the Park Europe-nice place for walk with baby.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Padua but close to shopping centres. while the hotel is overall comfortable, the furniture is pretty old and polish has worn off in a lot of places. Room had a balcony with decent views.

The large room and the clean bathroom contribute to a comfortable experience. Unfortunately connecting to the free wi-fi was quite difficult due to the poor technical assistance received. Breakfast also is meagre. Coffees and cappuccinos are supplied through a vending machine, while croissants are precooked. In addition, there is no eggs selection, only hard-boiled are available, neither bacon nor sausages. The hotel offers free parking.

Nice hotel, great staff, very pleasant stay at great price! I will most definitely stay again in this hotel next time Im in Padova, and with pleasure recomend it to my business partners and associattes.

Check-in was friendly, although the clerk was not very fluent in English, but he tried to explain everything. As a Platinum level BW Rewards member I was given a coupon for a welcome drink at the bar-which was very nice. I was also given an upgrade to a larger room with three beds, a separate desk/work area and a balcony. The room was in great shape and very clean. I found the beds comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast in the morning on the 7th floor was superb! Staff was extremely friendly, they even came to your table to check on you. There were plenty of food choices and the view overlooking Padova was amazing. Check-out was very professional, too. The whole property and experience was excellent. I will come again.

I liked the large room and bathroom in this hotel. It is clean and comfortable, offers free parking, fast and free wi-fi. The breakfast is ok. It is situated a bit far from the city center, about 20 min walk.

Well-run modern hotel with well-equipped rooms. On edge of beautiful city of Padova so we needed to use buses to access the historic centre, but we could have walked if the weather had been cooler. Hotel mainly aimed at business travellers but fine for leisure visitors like us. Good view from breakfast room - on 7th floor. Padover / Padua well worth at least two days!
