    « Good location »

Just stayed overnight for a flight out the following day in Orlando. Okay for a night or two. No need to pay more and it met my expectations. Pool, internet, breakfast all good. Nothing fancy, but everything adequate and in a good location for what we needed.

    « Better Than Expected »

Its not tge Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons, but the service was great and the other guests were very quiet. I often wondered if other people were even in the hotel because of it being so quiet. I heard someone snoring once and that was only because I walked to the kitchen for a fork and knife at 2AM to eat my late night dinner. The hotel is clean, has a guest laundry room ($2 wash $2 dry) and laundry soap and softer for sale as well. There is also a snack machine, pool, gym, free parking and breakfast. The staff was great and handled a domestic situation (which woke up guests) in no time. I do see myself staying here again next year.

    « Unhelpful staff »

Hôtel ok, chocked to see them use plastic plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast. Tons of plastic thrown away every day. One member of reception staff was not nice and unhelpful when we had problems with our mobiles and needed to call abroad. World not stay there again.

« Value for money at walking distance to the convention centre »

I stayed for business for 5 nights. Very good value for money hotel. Breakfast is managed by a small team that really do their best to make things work in a relatively small area. Coffee maker in the room is terrible, I would advise to bring your own water boiler plus instant coffee, much better. It is possible to do your own laudry, a must when traveling light ! Tip: bring many quarters !! A small pool, very nice to have. When we came back on our last day from the conference, we were allowed to use the pool to kill time, although we had already checked out. A very nice and weel appreciated gesture !!

« A sad example of the BW brand »

Too many misses from the normally great and reliable BW brand...sad! Hopefully they will be able to fix things and get back on board. We are Platinum level BW members and this is not the quality we have come to expect

« Free Shuttle to Theme Parks »

Stayed in a twin room for 6 nights and it was a nice stay. On arrival, check in was easy and the girl at the front desk was polite. We had a quiet room in the middle of the corridor facing the back. One of the beds squeaked but it was okay to sleep on. We did not have any back aches when we got up. Room was simple and everything worked. We booked 3 months in advance and had a really good rate. We checked the rate about 1 month before arrival and it has gone up a lot. Probably wouldn't have chosen this hotel at that rate. Breakfast room was crowded during the weekend but we always managed to find a table. There were 2 Mickey Mouse waffle machines and also hot breakfast that changed every day. Sometimes it was good, with sausage patties and scrambled eggs, and on another day, you would get strange pre-cooked "fried eggs" or cheese omelettes that look like plastic toys. There were also fresh fruit, cereal, bread and pastries, coffee and juice. Replenishment was quick we never experienced any food item running out. There was free shuttle to take hotel guests to/from Universal Studio and Epcot Center, which was convenient, as they were quite a few miles away. The shuttle picks up passengers from various hotels and is fairly punctual. There was also a counter selling theme park tickets inside the hotel. Beware that the price was higher than the gate price. The hotel also charges $5 for every letter or parcel received for you.

    « Worst experience ever! »

1st day: handicapped room for our honey moon. We asked to change it but the hotel didn't help... They also charged the incorrect credit card twice!! 2nd day: Please don't buy Disney tickets at the hotel!! They charged us 21 us dollars more than the ones of the park entrance, and they sold us tickets at peak price but gave us regular ones. They also sold us tickets for different parks, so we had to pay even more at the park entrances!. When we asked the hotel for help, they just DIDNT DO NOTHING!! Worst experience ever and for sure never coming back here!

    « Good for business »

Close to convention center and just 20min driving from MCO airport. Regular infrastructure and nothing special, but recommended for those who are traveling for business. Breakfast like american style (without fresh food).

« low-budget rooms for those with low expectations »

Be aware: this hotel only has double rooms except for a few queen beds right beside the elevator on each floor. Moreover, the queen rooms are all equipped with disability access seating and stability bars everywhere. Sadly, the bathrooms are very dark and dingey, and the baths themselves are crowded with this equipment. Those are your choices! Of course, for those who plan on spending all their time off-campus, this is fine. You can fuel up on the free breakfast--which is not bad at all--and then collapse in your bed at the end of the day. If, however, you wish to enjoy your hotel stay, book at the Doubletree right across the street. If you are going to Universal Studios, I would also recommend the Best Western up there, which is an upgrade to this location.

« Hotel ideally located to access the theme park. »

Hotel ideally located to access the theme park. A free shuttle is available. A counter allows you to buy tickets to Florida attractions. The team is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. We find all the necessary to spend several days: office, pool, laundry, meals delivered, ATM, drinks and snack vending machine, etc. The decoration is a little old fashion but the rooms are clean. It's sad that breakfast dishes are made of disposable plastic.

« A convenient and well appointed hotel »

We stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the Orlando conference centre. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the free breakfast was good with hot and cold foods. The front office and breakfast staff were very responsive and helpful .. the room cleaning staff were not as they seem to be overwhelmed. There are several options to get to the Convention Centre and range from a 20 minute walk to using city attraction buses or taxis. I would recommend this place and will stay here again next time I am a conference at the Orlando Convention Centre.

    « Lovely Hotel »

This is a nice Best Western. Check-in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice. This hotel was a great value for the rate and quality of the establishment. It is not luxury but it is clean and well managed. We found the complimentary breakfast very satisfying and the staff handling the breakfast area very friendly. They stayed on top of things at breakfast, constantly insuring things stayed filled. Free parking, and close to main highways. Perfect hotel to save time and money. We will stay here again.

« Would not come back »

We stayed three nights. Rooms are big enough, but the sink is in the room and only toilet and douche are separate. Air conditioning is very noisy which makes difficult to sleep well. Breakfast is included but very poor. The breakfast room is very small and always crowded. They have a well equiped fitness center open 24 hours. Location is very good and price very convenient

    4
« Good value and comfort »

I stayed here to take advantage of Orlando's attractions. Good location, within 15 minutes of Epcot. very near International Drive which is full of shops restaurants and entertainment and a walkable community. Hotel is comfortable, not at all fancy and a little dated, but my room was clean and beds comfortable.

    5
    « Orlando »

Good breakfast and free shuttle to theme parks motel beds were comfortable and hotel and surrounding area was safe they even allowed us to have a late checkout and we definitely recommend this place and would come again

    3
    « Could have been a 5 rating »

The stay was good with the exception of the clogged sink, and shower head. Then finding out after staying three nights that trash from a previous stay was under the bed. The location is great for the price.

« Rude Staff and stinky rooms »

When asking Staff Questions she laughed while trying to explain the answer when I called her out for laughing she laughed more... pushy/rude people at breakfast. Crack neighborhood and pot smell in the room and the hallway. Horrible water pressure it was a drip... never again!

    4
« Nice for the price »

Nice hotel, clean and kept up on the outside. Room was nice, no frills or wow factor but clean and nice. TV was larger than other hotels. Bed and sheets were good, no smells. Bath was clean no mold or smells. Breakfast was very good compare to other free breakfasts in other hotels. Lot to choose from hot and cold. Location was good too. Staff was very nice and helpful. For the price it was very nice.

    3
« Convenient for the Convention Centre »

The Best Western is a clean and comfortable hotel close to the Orlando Convention Centre and to Seaworld. However, the area it is in is less tan picturesque and my wife did not feel safe walking around outside outside. The room we booked was an "executive room" I am still scratching my head as to what that means. I did ask at reception what made it an executive rather than an ordinary room, No-one could tell me. I was small and a little cramped but comfortable. Breakfast was included in our package. It was nice to have but the quality was variable. When the eggs were scrambled they were good. When they were fried they were awful. The bacon was the thinnest sliced meat I have ever seen. Moreover eating on plastic plates with plastic knifes and forks is not something I enjoy.

    4
    « Great Value »

This hotel was a great value for the rate and quality of the establishment. It is not luxury but it is clean and well managed. The restaurant staff stayed on top of things at breakfast, constantly insuring things stayed filled. The lobby is small but who really uses a lobby anyway. Parking is free and plenty and you can walk to the Orlando Convention Center with a 10 minute walk.

    « Executive (not) »

Despite an ?Executive' room, the room was very basic. Front desk check in was fairly grumpy, check Out lady couldn't have been more helpful. She was great. Breakfast was included but really strange - egg dish every day - scrambled, Little omelettes, fried - but don't think it was fresh eggs. Free juice and 24 coffee. Yoghurt & fruit nice and Mickey waffles for kids of all ages. Breakfast staff were lovely. Good shower in the room but the rooms are NOT what I would call executive. This place is a long way from everything except Sea World. Pay more & be closer to the action is my advice.

    1
« Toilet not flushing. Resulting to overflow.Very unsanitary. hHave to use outside bathroom for staff and lobby customers. »

Lobby restroom. No room offered to solve the issue. Although we were give a discount upon check ou. It is not enough to compensate for the discomfort weexperienced. Imagine arriving at night and spending the whole night without bathroom in the room.

« Great Location near OCCC-Gross obnoxious odor in the tap/shower water-enough to become the killjoy »

PROS: Location.. Location.. Location. Also Budget-Friendly. I was there with my wife while attending a conference at Orange County Convention Center in the week of 11th December 2017. The west wing of the convention center is literally about 10 minutes' walk (15 if you walk with a leisurely pace). My conference (unbeknownst to me when I reserved the hotel though) happen to be housed in the west wing which made it super easy for me to walk every day and not have to bother about driving to the venue and pay for the conference parking ($15/Day). Reiterating back, location is the best advantage this hotel has. Although I had no time to explore it, nonetheless the Sea-World is also nearby. Breakfast was standard continental and decent. Staffs were fine and helpful. Free Parking onsite with ample parking spaces. CONS: The size of the room; really tiny. It was practically impossible to open your luggage and walk around the room. The bathroom had no bath, equipped with only shower, which I knew so it would be unfair to complain about it. Nonetheless, the bathroom was super tiny and very humid. The water from the shower enclosure leaked to the bathroom floor. I did put a towel down, but come on. How much water can it soak in such a small bathroom? Lastly and most unacceptably, the smell of the tap/shower water. It smelled horribly like sewage water and the odor was pretty intense. Upon my request the front desk staff came in once to inspect and stated that they use city water and the smell is standard chlorine smell. I'm fair share of chemistry background through my education and profession, which more than enough to know what water treatment chemicals typically should smell like. Even if I believe what I was told it was unacceptably intense and given the tiny size of the room, the whole bathroom and room started smelling like this. Disgusting!! I had no option but to use the water for shower, and so had to use it with a grim. But for every other need, such as, brushing my teeth, sanitary and drinking use I took refuge to bottled mineral water only. Now, here comes the big question. Would I return to this hotel, if I am back in the area? NO, unless I am so broken that I cannot pay a little extra and stay somewhere else!!

« Great location, good rooms »

We stayed here for a good 6 nights and I have no reason to complain. It was close to the Orange County convention center where my convention was, the rooms were clean, the service was fine. Nothing spectacular to write home about, but nothing disappointing either. It's great value for money. I would recommend it.

    « Overnight stay »

This is a nice Best Western. Check-in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice. It was about 12 minutes from Orlando airport. We did not get to have the free breakfast because of an early flight. Hotel also had free parking.

    « Fantastic »

Very nice hotel to stay in .... can never forget this stay ... awesome location ... breakfast was also good ... good chains of hotel .... staff here is very friendly and helpful ... very decent hotel to stay with family .... perfect hotel to save time and money ...

    5
« Clean and friendly staff clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was great. Dining area a little small for the size of hotel. »

The only issue we had was not enough room for guests to eat for the size hotel at breakfast. Only enough room for about 30 people! Otherwise excellent stay for a room right off International Drive Orlando!

    5
« Great place to stay »

I like this place because its small and not a lot of people coming and going. my son has special needs and he gets nervous but the stuff always makes sure if I need anything they says let them know. can't wail till June when I am in Orlando again.

    3
    « Good location »

For visiting Seaworld the hotel's location is excellent. The hotel is basic and breakfast is included and had many good options. The rooms could use an upgrade as mattresses were old and lumpy and pillows flat and lumpy. Staff was very nice. Hotel is clean. Parking is included which is a plus.

    3
    « Nice hotel! »

Well maintained hotel, nice common areas and fair price. ( loved the Christmas decoration) Breakfast is very good Front desk agent need more charisma dealing with guests but breakfast and maintenance ones were 10 !!!!!!!

    « Lovely stay »

We stayed here two nights and found the hotel very pleasant. Our main reason for staying here was the free shuttle to SeaWorld since we were only in Orlando to do the park then fly home. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and our AC worked too well. I noticed another reviewer mentioned a smell but we didn't notice any smell. We found the complimentary breakfast very satisfying and the staff handling the breakfast area very friendly. Free parking, and close to main highways. I'd stay here again.

« nice place to stay »

just got back from staying at the best western,it was a great place to stay friendly staff ,nice continental breakfast clean quiet close to seaworld .has shuttles going to all parks.this motel isnt a five star but i didnt complain due to the fact it was a good value motel.other reviews that say it stank i have no idea where that came from..our rooms were cleaned everyday.the front desk help were fantastic especially debbie

    2
« Never staying here again. »

It's not worth $99/night for a room that smells like wet towels when you first walk in. The smell never went away. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The A/C didn't work well. Unfortunately, it was a conference weekend so there were not very many options for me to stay in other places without breaking the bank.

    4
    « Great value »

We needed a room near the Convention Center that did not cost an arm and a leg. Best Western was less than $90 and was less than a mile from the Center, an easy walk. We were not able to eat breakfast during their stated hours but the very helpful staff accommodates us at 11 a.m. by offering us coffee and muffins. Nice! The room was clean and quiet.

    4
« Great place to stay »

The price was great. Rooms were clean. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food and staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Traffic is busy most times so allow for extra time.

    5
    « A Very Enjoyable Stay »

We were quite happy with our stay at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It is a very convenient location - near to lots of restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the entrance to Highway 4. We especially liked the fact that the room had a walk-in shower with a glass door rather than a tub with a shower.

    5
    « excellent services »

i was in Orlando for a business trip in November 2017. For 6 nights I have enjoyed staying at this hotel which is located close to many of the touristic points like Sea World, Wonder works, Universal volcano bay, just to say a few. . Every morning I served an warm breakfast where several options are available like eggs, sausage, pancake, muffins, and many more. The room was very clean, quiet, with free wi-fi; there was a gym room on the first floor. Also there is a Business center room where you can use the computer to browse internet and even to check in and print the flight tickets. And also free parking . The manager Debra was very professional and made my staying at the hotel very pleasant. There was also a very knowledgeable concierge person who can provide tickets for tours and shows. For those who want to stay in a clean, quiet hotel with plenty of amenities and also within a very decent budget I recommend the BW Orlando Conference Center Hotel. It is worthing every penny.

    « excellent »

great service and very clean place. all of the employees were very nice and helpful. great fitness room. great breakfast. great internet. will definitely be staying in these hotels in the future. went for the IAAPA expo and it was great.

    « Convenient »

This was my second stay at this hotel to attend a conference at OCCC, and they did not fail to meet satisfaction. It is convenient to get to the OCCC. Parking is free. Breakfast does not have a wide variety, but it is good for the price and on the move.

    4
    « Nice, friendly staff »

The facility is well kept and very friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast and great location for easy access to just about anything you might need. Walking distance to Orange County Convention center- about a 15 minute walk.

    « Great Location! »

This hotel is in a great location for all the local attractions, such as Sea World. The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable, but most of all, it is a clean motel. The staff is attentive and kind, and I recommend this hotel to others.

    4
« Rest Stop after long flight »

Reception a little dowdy but staff very good ,bedrooms good size, comfortable beds,&clean.Breakfast was ample not my choice however, why they serve pre-cooked plastic type eggs god only knows, utensils etc.plastic &cardboard, orange juice good better than Best Western airport hotel that is coloured water

« No maintenance staff after 8pm to fix toilet »

I would have given this a hotel 3 stars, maybe 4, despite the small rooms and pervasive slight dampness. It was just 2 of us so the room was big enough for us but I can't imagine a family of 4 being comfortable. The rooms are very small. And the bathroom does indeed seem like a closet. No place to set up a suitcase so you need to hang your clothes in the freestanding wardrobe or put them in the dresser (which I'm never to keen to do). The room seemed clean and the shower (no tub) was big enough and had the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in dispensers. Breakfast was ok, several choices but not the highest quality. And the set up was a little strange. Yogurt dispenser? pancake syrup in a serving dish you need to spoon it up? Bagels were dry and stale tasting even though I saw them put them fresh out of the bag. I suspect the other bread items were just as lacking. But the waffles were tasty and seemed to be a hit with the kids. The breakfast attendants were good at keeping everything replenished and overall helpful service (offered to heat some milk for hot chocolate, honored my request for plain bagels when there were only onion ones out). Coffee was from a dispenser machine also and pretty poor. We had a pretty quiet experience- no wild parties or screaming kids in the halls which is a big plus for me. Although I kept the fan running in the bathroom to try to dry out the damp feeling so that may have muffled hallway noise. The sink is outside the toilet and shower "closet" if that makes a difference for someone reading. So everything was basically fine until last night when I discovered the toilet would not drain properly. Called the front desk around 8 oclock and was told no maintenance person until the morning. I said I was afraid the toilet full of waste would overflow. Front desk brought me a plunger. I asked for another room. Was told hotel was booked, check back in an hour maybe there would be a no show. Needing to get an early start for our 7 am flight out, I did not want to wait an hour to switch rooms and I really wanted a working toilet. Another phone call and some back and forth with front desk and I was told only a 2nd floor room was available. OK? working toilet? Sold. Moved to other room. Turned out to be a minor inconvenience as we were already packed to head out early in the morning. But what if there wasn't another room? What if we weren't packed up? No maintenance available after 8? Keep that in mind if you like a working toilet. My other complaint is that when I went to load the car for the early start at 5 am, I tried to re-enter the hotel through the front door and my key card wouldn't work. And nobody was at the front desk. I hadn't seen anyone when I went out and after a couple minutes trying to get the key card to work started frantically knocking on the front door of the hotel. A guy finally came and when I said my card wouldn't work, he said it didn't work if it rained. I mentioned that someone should be around to open the door then and instead of apologizing, nastily told me he was in the bathroom "I'm entitled to go to the bathroom aren't I?" Because of these final 2 issues, I would not stay here again.

    « Everything we needed »

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel during a scuba diving convention. The room was fine. Breakfast was good, although the variations of pre-made eggs were not always the best. Make yourself pancakes and waffles, 4 kinds of cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit cocktail, some kind of meat (bacon, sausage, etc.), oranges, toast, and pastries were also available, all attended by a couple employees. Quite a spread, considering. Bed was fine, showers hot, room was quiet. I used the business center to print my boarding passes. The fitness center was tiny and very basic. All in all, another very acceptable stay at this Best Western. Bus #111 from the airport dropped us off right in front of the hotel for $1.00 senior rate.

    4
« Good no frills, budget option. »

It was fine. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It is a very basic hotel in the midst of much nicer properties. I was there for a trade show at the Convention Center, about a mile away. I either took the I-Ride trolley or walked back and forth. (Kind of a long walk when it's hot.) I wished I was staying at one of the newer resort-style hotels closer to the show, but they are almost twice the price. On the plus side, it's much quieter at the BW. LOTS of people and commotion in the pricier hotels.

    2
« WARNING: NOT A BEST WESTERN PLUS!!! »

According to the girl at check-in, the hotel list its PLUS status. If you are used to the amenities of a BW Plus, you won't get it here. Only booked based on prior experiences at PLUS rated locations. Small room, small beds, closet converted into a bathroom. We'll see how the stay and sleep go.

    1
    « Small rooms. »

The minute I walked in the room , I didn't like It was 2 adults and 2 kids.. The rooms were so small that you had no room to even turn around.2 double beds squeezed into a tiny space . We had to take turn walking in the room.

    3
« Good stay, only one issue »

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Convention Center. Location wise its great, the price included breakfast, and free parking. The staff was very helpful. We found that breakfast had plenty of choices (eggs, waffles, cereal, pastries etc). The rooms were big enough. They have a free shuttle service to Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios. The I-RIDE trolley stops nearby so if you don't want to drive, or don't have a car, you can use that to get to a lot of places. All in all we enjoyed our stay we only had one issue. Our room was very musty and damp. Our clothes in the room were damp the entire time. It would be great if they were able to solve this issue because its really the only problem we had.

    4
    « Great shopaholic stay! »

This hotel was an excellent cost effective choice for my friend and i who needed to relax and shop. The rooms were very comfortable even though they were a little bit on the smaller side. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were well maintained. The breakfast offered changed daily so there was variety for each breakfast menu offered. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was the extra convenience of an atm machine on site-which was a great plus! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the WiFi kept shutting down. ...a pain when trying to do online school assignments and connect with family. Overall a great stay! Will definitely stay at Best Western Hotela again!

    4
« Good value for the money »

If I had more money I would stay somewhere else. The hotel is nice, however when I walked into my room I had that lemony cleaning odor smell which turned me off right away. The staff is awesome, great service and very helpful. That stupid fridge in my room makes too much noise and was annoying.

    « Not Just a Port in a Storm - Genuinely Hospitable »

With hurricane Irma bearing down we felt lucky to find accommodations at the last minute. We live on an island on the West Coast of Florida. My mother is 84 years old and needs oxygen on a 24-hour basis so we couldn't be without power and it we would likely lose it for days if not weeks. I was familiar with the Best Western brand and always thought it was a little worn in a little threadbare. This hotel is neither. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered to find the lobby well-appointed and the front desk staff warm and accommodating. I was also surprised at our accommodations. The room was very well maintained, comfortable, bright and airy. After we settled in I went back to the lobby and ran into the General Manager, Robert Gedeon- Turnage. I wanted to compliment him for experience thus far. I'm not sure I can pay that sentiment because I was a little distracted by the fact that he was sweeping the lobby. Frankly I was impressed by that. I mentioned that I was a little concerned that they hotel might lose power and my mother access to her oxygen. He confided in me that they had a generator on hand and then would see to it that are oxygen supply would not be lost. He also told me that the Hotel provides breakfast daily and during this. There would be movies in the restaurant and games available and, on the night of landfall they arranged a buffet dinner for all of the hotel guests which was great news because we really didn't want to leave the property. After enjoying a lovely complimentary meal we went back to our room to watch their news reports. We never lost power. We never lost internet access. Thanks to the Peace of Mind given us through the hotel's extensive preparations, we never even lost a minute of sleep. We awoke the next morning and stepped outside to survey the damage. There were two broken roof tiles, a few branches in the parking lot and a downspout was off the wall. That was it. We anticipated being there just a few days but as it turned out the power at home was out for nine. Ordinarily a hotel stay for that length the time would get a little bit old. That was not our experience. The genuine warmth and hospitality continued with every member of the staff we encountered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or for pleasure with family. It is a gem.

« Friendly Staff during Conference Visit »

I stayed at this hotel for a conference visit. It's a great budget hotel and has an even greater staff. Their staff members, especially Mamento, Zury and Emmie, were very hospitable - greeting guests at breakfast every morning, answering questions late at night, and being overall helpful. I had a great stay!

Very Much Robert Gedeon for keep your hotel ,employees so warming to my Family Yong and Soh. We really appreciate to stay at this hotel and I will recommend 100%. Thanks Jacira Yong

« Average Room, Great Location »

This is an average Orlando hotel. Location is great. 5 minute drive to SeaWorld and Aquatica, about 15 minutes to Walt Disney World. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yogurt, pastries, omelets, sausage, and waffles. It was nice to eat at the hotel before heading to the parks. They do offer a shuttle service to local attractions, but we did not use this amenity.

    « Great budget hotel »

Very nice budget hotel, The interior is a bit dated. The room came with a refrigerator and coffee for the morning. The door were very easy to open, The location is close to everything...restaurants, freeways, attractions, etc.

    « It Wasn't What I Expected »

I arrived pretty late at night after a long drive. I was unsure of the location as I was looking forward to going to The Rosen. But from check in to check out (I was too tired to go in the pool) the service was superb. I would stay at this Best Western again. I am a first time guest and I was impressed.

    « Best western convention center-Orlando »

The rooms are average hotel rooms. You can tell the hotel might need renovations soon. My boyfriend is 6'5 and barely fit in the shower. Everything else was great up until check out. We had vouchers to use and the front desk kept telling us that they do not work. We called best western they said voucher is valid have front desk call them. The front desk refused a few times before they decided to call when they did turns out they were inputting it wrong. This could've saved a headache at check out if they were to listen to what we were told to do.

Very excellent location and accesobility. Vey pleasant staffs, good breakfast too, i wish there more shuttle services in the morning at keast two in the morning and later in the evening. The fitness center is great addition but me snd my wife has to eait for rach other for the rlliptical machine but its ok at least there is a fitness area

    « Decent Hotel »

The hotel was worth the stay if you're not trying to spend a lot but want some type of quality. It's located in a neutral spot so you don't have to drive far to get to the activities down I-drive. The breakfast was good and hot although I'm not certain how long they reuse the not eaten eggs. I saw a small bit of green mold on my eggs on morning. The room overall appeared clean although the bathroom had a slight stench at first. Other than that I would stay again.

    « Great Experience ! »

I stayed here a couple of days , while in Orlando for my birthday weekend and everything was just great . Rooms were clean, beds kinda small (use to a king) but me and my husband slept separately it worked out. I think his name was Derek he was very friendly and I liked his personality he made us feel very welcome. I slept thru breakfast so I can't comment on that but the overall appearance and staff was awesome . I will definitely come again .

    « Excellent Service »

Excellent service and an easy place to stay when on business. Check in and check out were fast, great for when in a hurry. This hotel offers great rates compared to other hotels in the area and you are provided everything you need during your stay.

« Good Hotel of Mid range »

I was there with my colleague for FIME exhibition for 4 nights. Location is very good ,very close to I Drive, which is hub of action in Orlando, convention centre just across the walking bridge . Rooms are of ok size, all facility's almost there. The worst part is very boring american style breakfast ,but still liveable

    « Quiet Get Away »

The service was very good. The gentleman (heavy fella, dunno his name) was very helpful with my requests. Housekeeping was also very friendly. I had a double-bed room (would've preferred a single bed) where I found it to be quite comfortable. The bathroom in my room was a bit small. There wasn't much options for b-fast. Disney shuttles were on time. There was a restaurant next door by the name of The Village Inn. The food was great and so was the service. The hotel was just what I needed for a week's get away from work. Quiet environment, comfy beds, great service.

« My stay at the Best Western in Orlando FL »

Best hotel room prices around along with the best service around. Professional, curtiois and helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and an awesome continental breakfast. The hotel rooms prices were outstanding and I would recomend staying at this hotel when in the Orlando area!

« Fantastic place for a smaller price »

We were in town for a convention, and this great hotel provided a better rate than any other nearby hotels. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The staff was efficient and helpful, especially the gentleman who oversaw the breakfast room. I'd recommend this as the best place to base out of for your Orlando adventure.

« Not too good, expected better. »

If you expect a clean, pleasant room with a TV that works properly and is set to ENGLISH, not Spanish and has more vending options than just soda forget this hotel. And if you do stay there forget eating at the Village Inn restaurant next door, it's worse than the hotel!! We're staying at The Rosen next time.

« great hotel near Seaworld »

When we checked in, the owner was at the desk. He was very helpful. I had looked at other reviews and they mentioned the good breakfasts. I really enjoyed those. There were many choices with some changes daily. The breakfast staff was very quick to clear tables and keep up with the demand. Our first night there the hotel was sold out. Apparently, many others thought it was a good place to stay. Since our focus was on visiting Seaworld, we wanted a hotel close to the venue. It was only .5 miles so we could have walked if we wanted although there were not sidewalks the entire way. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I did not care for the pillows though. There is a walk-in shower so if you want a tub, it may not be what you want. I'm not sure if there are tubs in other rooms, but ours did not have one. I would definitely stay there again!

« Great, no frills hotel »

Stayed here for 1 night before travelling to Miami. Easy to find on way from Sanford airport. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Fridge, coffee and ironing facilities, alarm clock, hairdryer etc in room. Staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was included in price and had a good variety of choices. Great value for money.

    4
    « Friendly and unfancy »

A 12-minute walk from the Convention Center, also on the trolley line, it's fairly convenient and not too expensive for convention-goers. The breakfast has a standard range of items but limited fresh fruit and serves only instant coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are more than adequate.

    « Nothing Special »

My wife and I stayed for three nights attending a convention at the Hilton on International Drive that was a short walk away. So the location is good with a short drive to the Disney parks and anything along International Drive. We had two double beds in a room that did not offer much space if you had luggage for two. The bathroom sink was just outside the bathroom that had a toilet and shower. So we did feel that this was one of the smaller rooms we have stayed inOrlando or any other Best Western. The room was clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The price just was OK for this type of room.

« Execellent hotel with excellent location »

Locationis excellent... Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed are comfortable... Reasonable price...nice small swimming pools... You can find some restaurantsand shops at walking distnace... « Suprised »

The room was very nice. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Great value. I didn't expect such a nice hotel but I was surprised by niceness all around. Not an extravagant hotel but just right for a short getaway. Seaworld was directly down the street and international lead us to everything. I must say the staff was so friendly, they recommended places to eat, places to go etc. I thought I had to have a grand hotel to receive quality but the BW was just what I needed.

    « Excellent experience »

Stayed at this hotel for only one night as we arrived to Orlando earlier than expected however if we hadn't already booked a hotel for the remainder of our vacation we would've stayed at Best Western. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our vacation and our experience with Best Western was the best by far. The staff are kind and friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive. I will definitely be staying at Best Western for any future vacations I'm truly impressed!

Looking for just a less expensive hotel for overnight trip in Orlando. This hotel was great. Rooms were a little small but they were clean and comfortable. Hotel located near many attractions and restaurants. Hotel front desk staff was particularly kind and friendly. Nice complementary breakfast and one of the rare hotels in the area that do not charge for parking.

    « Poor »

In the room ( 1st floor ) was strong smell of mold and for whole time we stayed ( 4 days ) nobody vacuumed the floor, part of the shower floor was covered with some kind of material that we even don't like to step on, plastic part between shower door and other glass part was broken.

    « Best western »

Very nice place to stay in, affordable and comfortable. Very good location near to main attractions. Staff are hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to choose from. Will recommend for hotel to have a 24 hr food service because the one that we ordered food from outside is from a flyer we received in our room placed under our room door did not deliver our food and yet charged our credit card for non service we received. Not hotels fault but we trusted to deliver food from it because it was found under our room door. Neverthless, enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and the warmness of the staff. Will definitely come back and will recommend.

This is by far the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. I only ever stay at a Best Western and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the customer service and visit. It was severely lacking.

« Not one good night of sleep »

This place has small rooms but is relatively comfortable and clean There is ample parking Over 4 nights- Every night (wed-fri) we were awakened between 2 and 4am by first drunken idiots, inconsiderate loud people, dog barking Total nightmare

    « Excellent customer service »

The manager on duty and dining room staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary breakfast was also better than the average offerings at other hotel chains. Great value for the price.

    5
    « Great stay! »

This motel was previously part of an economy brand so the rooms a on the small side but the staff, especially the Front Desk Supervisor, Derek were so very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast (included) was excellent both mornings during out stay. On the second day breakfast included breakfast burritos that were made from scratch by the morning cook. They contained eggs, cheese, sausage and fried potatoes and were absolutely excellent. My wife rides a accessible scooter and it was a bit difficult to fit this in the room because of the small but adequate size. We did have a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub and that was helpful. Other than the room size, our stay as wonderful and we will likely visit this motel again in the future.

    3
« Hard beds, loud noises »

All I came here was for a great night of sleep but between the noise across the street and drawing in the crowds by using best Western as a paid parking lot for the events and then the very thin walls, I never slept. The beds are so hard, I never fell asleep. I know it isn't just me because the guests on the elevator had the same complaint. My AC unit had a rumble every five minutes where it sounded like a truck, and the Fridge whined with a high pitch. The pillows do not appear fit for an adult as they are barely a foot wide in length so this also added no my insomnia. The location is about 1.5 miles form the convention center if you can handle the areas without sidewalks. Great management, but the young staff in the evening need guidance so they can problem solve. They were very nice though. The rooms are much smaller than a typical hotel, and there are no Best Western reward members free upgrade as there are no suites. You will need to go to the lobby to microwave your food.

Couldn't ask for a better location and accommodation. As to location all attractions, restaurants and shops were a stones throw away. As to accommodation it was very clean, spacious and breakfast was great too. Ample parking. Value for money was completely there. Last and not least staff are so friendly including the tour desk operator.

« Good Hotel for stop over etc. »

Whilst I feel that perhaps I should give this Hotel a slightly higher rating there were a couple of points which slightly spoiled the stay for us. Firstly for the room we had the layout had the sink located in the bedroom behind a wall with a toilet and shower seperate..I think as far as we are concerned this is quite a major negative. Secondly has been previously mentioned the air conditioning has a damp musty smell. This is not an attractive feature for any room. Having dealt with the negatives the positives are :- great location for anyone travelling down the I4,Decor is quite acceptable and staff could not be more obliging.

    5
« Very good, clean and excellent service »

The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the room was good and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room service and the front desk were very professional and friendly. The hotel has a free good parking. Very near to the convention center you don't need a car, 7 minutes walk.

    « Top Price/Quality Ratio! »

I spent 4 nights at this hotel as I was attending a conference in the Convention Center. The Western boulevard of the center is just a short - and also important SAFE - walk away. The rooms are nothing special but always clean. Beds are comfy with good pillows. Clean bathroom as well. There's a small pool outside which is great to spend some time outside. Note the hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the parks in the area which is of course an added bonus. They're also pretty easy to drive to - just 10 minutes to Universal Studios. For food options you'd probably best get in your car. There's a small supermarket, subways and 1 restaurant close by but it didn't look very inviting. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Would most certainly return. Top quality WiFi too by the way.

« good hotel at a good price »

I needed a hotel near a conference center in Orlando and had a hard time finding a decent one at a price that wasn't an arm and a leg. This one was about 2 miles from my conference location and was priced better than any around it. The lower price had me concerned but I searched the neighborhood and other reviews until satisfied. Glad I stayed here. It was clean, staff was polite and I felt safe (single woman traveler on this trip).

« Nice hotel close to the convention center »

I recently stayed here while I was in Orlando for a convention. The hotel is small and quiet, and about a 15 minute walk to the convention center. The room was the perfect size and clean, and the complimentary breakfast featured different items every day, with a good variety. The staff was very friendly, especially Derek. However, my only issue during my 4 night stay was the lack of hot water in our shower. After requesting they fix it three times, it was finally done on our last day. The hotel compensated a little bit for this. This would not deter me from staying here again, though. A great value for our stay.

    5
« Great price and value. Staff is excellent! »

We had a great experience. We were there for a huge conference and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They started making coffee at 4am when they realized we were leaving that early. When we asked about taxis, they called one for us and checked out the driver to make sure he was reputable. We were very impressed. The room was quiet and comfortable.

« Everything was great! Clean facility, friendly staff. »

Stayed here for a week and everything was fantastic. The place was very clean, it seemed to be recently remodeled, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great, 15 min walking distance to back entrance of convention center (West Concourse). There are closer hotels but those are much more expensive. Breakfast had several options and there was always plenty available. Definitely recommended.

My colleague booked this room for us for a short business trip, it was good for the price no real complaints. « Great Place to Stay »

We really liked this hotel. We stayed here for a couple of days when we went to Disney. It is a quick and easy drive to the parks from this hotel. It took about 10-15 minutes. When we checked out I had left a couple of things in our room, and when we came back a couple of hours later, they were very helpful in getting our items back to us. The breakfast had hot eggs and waffles and meat, and the hosts and hostesses were very accommodating. It was two minutes to closing and they had run out of eggs but there was a big crowd there so they made fresh eggs anyways..I will definitely stay here again!

« Great Staff and Location »

Was very happy with all the staff. Manager (Derek) went out of his way when we had a problem that needed to be solved. Lost a wallet and Derek went above and beyond to help. Very short stay but would come here again. No bath tubs except in handicap rooms.

« Good choice in Orlando »

A very good choice to stay in Orlando. The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and helpful. Good breakfast to start your mornings. Excellent location: if you do not have a car or will not rent one you can take a Lynx bus No. 111 from the airport - the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. And the same backwards. You can take bus No. 50 to Magic Kingdom, take I-Ride to huge shopping malls and other attractions and restaurants on I-Drive. And of course you can also walk to Pointe Orlando which is not too far away. In addition, the WiFi worked extremely well. If you look for a luxury hotel, this is not for you, but the hotel has all the elements you should need for a good stay. At least, we had excellent 5 days and good sleep at this hotel. I highly recommend!

    4
« Good value for money »

Derek who works at the reception was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of helpful tips and was incredibly nice and accommodating! The breakfast was very nice even if lacked even a minimum variety. The hotel is damp and it felt as if it was wet all the time.

« Great location for Seaworld »

We needed a hotel close to the airport and Seaworld on the last day of our Florida vacation. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. We walked to SeaWorld (about a 5 minute walk). Had an early flight out, and they had grab bags with fruit, water and breakfast bars waiting at the desk for us. Thankyou! The hotel was very clean and accomodating.

    5
« Good hotel, good location, good value »

Hotel was located just off international drive near petrol station, little groceries shop, few different restaurants, sports bar and Subway.. it took us 15 min to walk to Sea World main entrance and 45 min to the busiest parts of Idrive.. just outside the front door of the hotel was a bus stop for I hop, which is the bus going up and down international drive.. for those with a car, hotel offers free parking and duse to hotels location it is very easy to get onto motorways.. Room was clean and was cleaned regularly throughout our 10 night stay. There is a good air con, empty fridge, flat screen TV. Hotel was serving free breakfast every morning, which wasn't a super sophinstigated food, but nice enough to charge up for the busy day.. Hotel also had a guest service desk, where they could help you with any park tickets etc., however we found that buying tickets on the gate was cheaper than with them.. Overall I loved staying there.

« Good base for Disney etc »

Me and my daughter stayed for two weeks in October. The room was clean with two double beds. Shower was ok. We only used this hotel as a base for our holiday it was just what we needed. It's not 5* hotel but it's not 5* price. The breakfast was good Mickey waffles are alway a favourite for adults and children and scrambled eggs were nice. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't hire a car and used public transport and the location of this hotel was perfect for this. It's a short walk to catch to lynx 50 for Disney and there an i ride stop right outside. I used the hotel transport for universal which was good and free which a lot of other hotels don't offer. Transport was also offered to Disney and sea world although you can walk to sea world. I did use Uber taxis on a few occasions and can't recommend them enough and they are a lot cheaper than the standard taxis. It cost around $45 from the airport in a taxi and it was $16 back in uber. There is a local shop which is good for getting drinks and snacks to take in to the parks as Disney is very expensive, and a few places to eat in walking distance. The village in next door is very nice and excellent value. I would def stay here again if I came back to Disney. There is no point paying for fancy hotels when you're not in for long as there's too much to do.

Use this Hotel to attend a medical conference in the Orange County convention center. Walking distance from the Hotel is about 10-15 minutes. If you don't want to walk, there is a trolley- I-ride that stops right in front of the hotel. BW did not provide shuttle to the conference but the Hilton Double Tree did, so I just walk across the street to take the shuttle at the double tree. The Hotel is very well maintain, clean and the staff is super friendly. Derek at the front desk is the best! He offered me early check in and late check out! He even help me weight my luggage to make sure everything was OK, Thank you Derek you are the best! Breakfast is very good! They have 2 different coffee machines with special coffee (Love the Cappuccino and the cafe latte). They offered pancakes, mickey waffles, egg omelette, fruit, ETC, very good selection. Overall excellent Hotel, definitely recommended!

« Just Off I-Drive... Perfect Holiday Hotel »

We arrived for a friendly greeting and this continued throughout the 10 days we stayed there... Derek was super friendly and seemed genuinely upset to see us go - Thank You Derek! The Breakfast Team are lovely and help you with hot and cold breakfast... The Pancake and Waffle machines are a big favourite of all guests. The fitness room is basic - But if you in the mood for keeping those fitness levels up - You can definitely get by. The pool is good - walk in at one end and 5ft in depth at the other... The morning room cleaning people were happy and singing - So shows that they like being there - We decided to spend a little more on this hotel and cancel a previous hotel we booked - So glad we did now - A good rest is needed in Orlando with being busy everytime - We come back to a nice hotel and not something that we were disappointed in any way for... If we go back to Orlando - We're going back here for sure!

« Great location and great service »

'A get what you pay for' in terms of the hotel but the service was excellent - always very helpful and quick to offer advice and guidance. This makes a huge difference! I would suggest this hotel for easy access to the parks as well as all of the local Orlando amenities (shopping, restaurants, nightlife) within a short distance. Use uber for the taxis as otherwise they can add up. Coming from the UK, Uber is v cheap here... But remember to still tip.

My kids always wanted to go to SeaWorld Orlando ,so I booked an accommodation next to SeaWorld , the next day I went to the receptionist to ask if I could purchise tickets for seaworld he said yes and even offered us a free shuttle , There was a small desk in the corner and he told us to buy tickets from there , there were 2 men selling us the tickets , We were 2 adults and 3 kids he sold them to us for 500 dollars ,At first I tought it was a bit much ,then he was rushing us to buy them ,we waited for an hour for the shuttle which never came to pick us up . The next day I approached the receptionist and I told him how he ripped us off and he clearly said OH that's because you are tourist and that's what they do here OMG We were very disappointed we got robbed by these 2 men and I tought the receptionist of your hotel will back us up but he went along with them Very disappointed and never again will come threre

Excellent place to stay. Friendly, clean and accessible. When we went to register the Host was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Front Desk went out of there way to make sure we were informed about the room, hotel services and surrounding attractions. All of this was done without us asking for this information.

« Nothing too much trouble »

The staff were great especially in reception. The room was clean and fresh. The drapes kept out the glare from the spotlight outside and a very filling breakfast rounded it off. I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was a little slow but the place was full so hardly to be expected. The breakfast people were equally as welcoming as the reception folk. That's the way to keep people coming back

    « Orlando Vacation Accommodations »

This Best Western hotel is a terrific place to stay if your family is visiting Sea World and/or Aquatica. The hotel provides the typical Best Western value. In addition, the morning hot breakfast is as good as they get. For travelers on an exceptionally tight budget, the hotel is easy walking distance to both Seaworld and Aquatica which can save you $15 a day parking fee at those parks.

« Best Hotel Best Complimentary Breakfast By Far »

I have stayed at this hotel for five years now on a regular basis for business and personal vacations. Absolutely hands down the best breakfast in the area of International Drive. Right by Sea World and other attractions. The staff is very helpful.

« Great basic hotel - excellent value for money »

the 4 of us stayed (2 15 daughters + 2 adults) here for 2 nights on the way to port Canaveral. we arrived after 10-15 minutes trip from Orlando airport the trip was we reserved one room with 2 doubled beds - we received a clean comfortable room with coffee making facilities But a bit crowded for 4 adults if planned to stay longer I suggest 2 separate rooms . had great breakfast (included in the room price) with nice selection and eve a self-making pancake machine with mickey mouse shape which was a fun not just for little one's Wi Fi in the room was very good as well location is great - universal studios is about 10 minutes' drive from the hotel

    « Smelly »

We are currently on day 8 of 10 here. Rooms are ok. 2 smallish double beds. One is fine for me but my kids are 22 & 14 so not really big enough for 2 adults. Pool is again ok, but no one but us using it, which is nice. Breakfast is busy but nice enough. Shuttle service really disappointed me though. It's only 8am and 10.45am down to Disney and then 6.30pm or 11pm which are really not the best times, especially at this time of year when it's busy. Universal is just 9.20am there and 7.40pm back which is silly full so you're lucky if you get on. We have had to use Uber cabs most days to suit us as you need to be at the parks early st this time of year. The worst thing though is the smell of the Air Con. I asked to change rooms when we first got here because of the damp smell. We tried 3 others rooms which all smelt but took one on another floor which didn't seem too bad. That was though, as we discovered, because the A/C hadn't been on! As soon as we put it on...damp smell :( I have told reception twice but they are too full to change us and I'm pretty sure all rooms are the same. We are used to it now but it's not good. Sorry if this disappoints but I'm telling it like it is for us. It's not made our holiday disappointing but it could have been better. We didn't expect too much as it was well priced but not smelly rooms! They're clean though

« Was great for us »

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, free parking and shuttle servuce to any of the parks (Disney, Universal etc). It's about 20-30min. from the airport with the car. The room was clean and definitely big enough for our 2 day stay.

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I couldn't get tickets for sea world to print on the computer in the office center so they helped me figure out what to do and ended up printing them in their office. Very friendly and great breakfast also!

Very bad and room is not clean and very small and bath shower is nasty, never ever consider this hotel, since it is closer to sea world and other amenities. Avoid this hotel. Terrible place to sleep..

    « Orlando »

The hotel was clean and people were pretty nice. However, if you are staying more than a few days, the room is tooooo small. We were a family of three, staying 7 nights. We had luggage piled everywhere. If someone was in the bathroom and someone was at the sink, you would hit each other. The maids did great working around all of our stuff! On the weekends, the breakfast was PACKED!! No sitting room and eating in the room was a challenge.

This place is wonderful, good price, clean rooms, breakfast was good and it was included The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was in a great location, 1st floor and close to the breakfast buffet in the morning This is not a very large hotel but we didn't need anything large it was just so close to the location to the dance competition

« Overall very good value for money just a couple of small minor issues »

First for the positive - rooms are very spacious considering what we paid for this hotel. You have a large tv, safe, the choice of 2 double beds or a king sized bed, lots of space to put things (wardrobe, chest of drawers etc), a safe, fair sized bathroom and a fridge (very useful for keeping snacks and water cool!). Service at the front desk has also been superb, everyone is always happy to help and goes the extra mile. Few niggling things - the battery on the safe in my parents room next door was flat upon arrival. To be fair, as soon as we reported this it was fixed that same day. The wifi was also down for the best part of a day. Again, this was reported and was working again by the next day but we did find this a bit of a nuisance. The breakfast selection is also quite plentiful although we did ask the staff if they could provide bacon for one day and they said "maybe tomorrow" and it never appeared. You get a selection of bagels, muffins, mixed hot foods (sausage, potatoes, cheese omelette, scrambled eggs etc) aswell as yoghurts, cereal, coffee, juice, waffles and pancakes. I would probably stay again if in the area although being Orlando there are a lot of other places to stay in. The hotel is very conveniently located to the parks and international drive, Seaworld is about a 10 minute walk and Aquatica is a 15 minute walk (saves you $18 parking!!).

« Nice Hotel by the quiet part of International Drive »

Located on treed Westwood Dr., this hotel is very quiet and in a low-traffic area near the I-Drive and Convention Center. It also has great access to points south (like Disney World) and Universal can be reached by going south then north on Turkey Lake Rd. Seaworld is practically across the street. I had a room on the ?executive? floor, the fourth floor, and I found there to be no noise except an occasional sound from the hallway. On the map, it appears to back up to a freeway, but there is a large plot of undeveloped land and you can't hear a thing. I discovered there is a second elevator on the other side of the hotel from the lobby, which helps going to the pool or if your room is on that side of the hotel. The room is comfortable but a bit basic (this was at one time a budget Sleep Inn), yet I was quite satisfied. There is no closet (!) but there is a chifforobe which also stores an ironing board. Oddly, there is no luggage holder, so I used the one upholstered chair. The split bathroom is convenient enough, and a stand-up glass shower is a refreshing change from bathtubs/shower curtains. The vanity lighting is far better than some more expensive hotels. I found the air-conditioning unit excellent and easy to adjust and the room was clean and in very good condition, with firm but comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The TV offers a good selection of favorite channels, and is HD. Most rooms appear to have two double beds, which doesn't make a lot of sense for a convention-area hotel: a king and pull-out couch is more suitable since the room is a bit small for 4 people. You can walk to the Convention West Hall in about 15 minutes over a pedestrian bridge, but it is not recommended on a blistering hot day. You can also walk to some International Drive hotels because there are sidewalks all the way. Also within an easy walk are several restaurants, and if your large conference has shuttle buses, it is a short walk across the street to the giant Doubletree Hotel complex. Having a hot breakfast is always a plus (try out the automatic pancake machine, and there is a Mickey Mouse waffle iron, and a latte machine). The free Wi-Fi is very good, no problems using it at all. I enjoyed my one swim in the medium-sized pool and the summer water was comfortable. Best Western Plus Convention Center offers very good accommodations for a good price. It has all the basics you need in a quiet and low-traffic area. I would recommend renting a car to have ultimate freedom as there is so much to do in the area, and depending on the I-Trolley may not be as efficient (it does stop in front) in getting around as a car.

    « Can't Complain for the Money »

Stayed two nights and it was good for the money. It was right around the corner from Discovery Cove and close by some good restaurants. The mattresses creaked a little and the ac didn't blow very high but I would stay there again for the price. The continental breakfast was really cool.

    3
« OK for the money... »

Cheapest hotel with last-minute available room near SeaWorld, still overpriced for off-season...bed comfortable but pillows too small...AC had intermittent fan noise all night...only stayed one night, so got what expected...

« best price for service »

Stayed 4 days and simply had a great experience for the price it was awesome!!! Excellent amenities and very close to SeaWorld and also local restaurants and shopping. I'm a single dad and this was my summer vacation with my two children and it was definitely made better by being able to come back to the comfort of our room and the pool.

« Can't get past the moldy air conditioner »

Staying here now. Wish I had paid closer attention to the odor comments prior to booking. The issue isn't humidity- it's that the air conditioner is literally blowing moldy air into the room. You can smell it. Asked front desk if someone could clean it- they sent someone who sprayed scented deodorizer onto the A/C filter. So now is very fragranced moldy air. Also added a large dehumidifier. That's nice, but my A/C is still blowing moldy air. The staff is trying- let me smell several rooms to try to find the least offensive, but the units either need to be taken apart and cleaned or replaced. It's weird to me that so many rooms have the same issue. Staff says it's cause it's so humid in Orlando, but I live in Houston and we have the same humidity and manage just fine. Other hotels manage to cool their air without mildew, so it's not that hard to do. Basically, this hotel just masks the mildew smell with perfumes daily and crosses their fingers. Which I guess is all they can do if Best Western won't pay to fix the cause of the problem. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

    « Good experience »

Our second time staying at his hotel, which is conveniently located near the Convention Center and right off the highway. No major issues, breakfast and internet are included. Gym is small, but functional and staff is friendly. There was a group of us staying there and our room was a bit musty, but everyone elses was fine, so we just kept it.

  • 3
    « Average »

Clean and modern inside, however, in the humid weather the musky smell is awful and overpowering and almost unbearable! The shower door has a large gap down the side so water gets in everywhere, the shower also has no power and took a really long time to wash my hair. We had trouble getting the fridge to work which meant we had to throw away a few things and the staff were not very helpful with this. Our remote control for the tv didn't work properly (we obviously got the dodgy room).

    « Economical prices within a sea a high-priced attractions »

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We even had a medical emergency causing us to add a day to our stay which they were able to accommodate. This is no fault of the hotel but the water had a very odd smell. I am not sure why that was. The breakfast was sufficient and typical of free breakfasts offered by hotels. The free internet connection was good too.

    3
    « Sea World trip »

This hotel is very close to Sea World. There was an odor in our room and they place a machine in our room to take it out while we were out to dinner. Upon our return it was still bad so they moved us to another room.

    « Great Place »

I will stay at this hotel in future visits to the area. Rooms are always clean. Great breakfast. Staff is always cleaning and polite. This is a great location for the convention center, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Disney World. Plenty of night time activities in the area and places to eat.

    « Good and clean. »

    « Great Stay »

This hotel was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best, with lots of variety, and had a Cappuccino maker which was appreciated. I can't think of one thing bad to say about this hotel. The front desk manager was very helpful .

    « Hotel Stay »

Hotel was nice but a little outdated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast served was enjoyable. The hotel needs to be remodeled there are only showers in the rooms and not bath tubs. The carpet in the room smelled weird.

« great bed, clean smell and quality, simple breakfast »

The room was clean and smells fresh. The shower door was broken and would not close all of the way but everything else worked. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center was small but clean and working. The breakfast was very good, nice variety and LOVED the vanilla latte! The staff was friendly but not able to accommodate my later check-out time.

« One day in Orlando »

Good price, good breakfast, and very convenient to many sites for leisure and business. Hotel is very centralized and has easy access to many sites, the breakfast isn't home cooking, but included in the price so it's nice to have as part of your stay

    4
« Clean, comfortable, friendly and near to all attractions »

Good choice of hotel as it was a very good price and an excellent area to stay as was very close to the attractions. The room was slightly dismal as it was on the back of the hotel and didn't get the sun but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice every day and although small we always found a place to sit. There is a complimentary bus to Sea World and Universal Studios each morning but we didn't use it as we had a car and the bus back was late if you didn't want to spend that much time at the parks. Although we had to book out by 11am the hotel let us sit by the pool until we had to leave for a night flight home and we were offered free coffees so the remainder of that day should we want it. They have a computer to book in for flights and printer to print out boarding passes as well.

« Nice Hotel Walkikg Distance to Seaworld »

We stayed here May 2016. We weren't at the hotel much and only had interaction with 2 employees. April at the front desk checked us in quickly and was polite. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The next day we were going to Seaworld and the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to walk outside with us and show us the path to wak to Seaworld. It was such a short distance. Couldn't have worked out any better. When we returned the beds were made up and the towels were clean. We checked out the next day and were asked to return on our next trip. Highly recommended.

    « Small but clean »

This hotel is off the main drag but close to most everything. Rooms are small but adequate and clean. The pool is nice. Free breakfast is average, food could be better. Pancakes were rubbery, but would stay again. Good value for the price.

« Better than expected. Great value for money paid! »

This was a last minute booking to stay with my wife and two kids. Hotel is well located and easy to International Drive and Disney parks. Room was better than expected for the price paid. Very comfortable and clean. Free parking (kind of busy after 10pm), free WiFi (excellent for streaming videos) and free breakfast (kind busy but well stocked). I will return in a heartbeat.

    4
« Great value great staff »

My room on the 4th floor was clean and comfy. I felt the room was a bit small, not a lot of space between the bed and the wall near the window. The bathroom is the toilet and shower only with the sink and vanity outside of it, awesome for more than one person to get ready in the morning however the bathroom door opens into the sink area. I didn't eat breakfast or use the pool though the pool area looked good for a swim and a layout in the sun. The I Drive trolley has a stop right outside the hotel, very convenient to get around without having to drive. The staff I had contact with were friendly, check in and check out were quick and efficient. No problems with the hotel or staff.

    3
« Good breakfast friendly staff »

We notice the strong musty smell as soon as we opened the door but the hotel manage to change the room without a problem, breakfast is good and all staff very friendly. Close to Universal and others major attractions from Orlando, free parking.

« Best customer service at a hotel I have had and good breakfast to boot »

I was so thrilled to have such a great front desk staff, especially Derek, to help me out during my stay. My flight got in early in the morning, and they were able to get me into a room a good deal earlier than I would have otherwise. They also stored my luggage while they got the room, so I could wander around. Using the trolley is really easy from this hotel, and the convention center, my conference venue, was a manageable walk. Finally, the breakfast was a nice surprise with variety from day to day. I would definitely stay here again.

    4
« Very good value for area »

Hotel was very modern, and clean. Breakfast was very good with a good amount of selection. Very good price for the area. But Sea World is about 1 mile away, and you have to walk through posted no pedestrian signs, which is wrong.

« Disappointing; We would look elsewhere next time »

Just finished a 2 night stay. There were a few positives but my initial 3/5 evaluation was influenced downward by the unfavourable opinions of my brother and adult son who traveled with me. Pluses included a breakfast with hot options and adequate space for seating, not always a given. The front end staff were friendly. The room was good value for a name brand this time of year. The small room however was below par in several ways. Had I been with my wife, I would have requested a move. Most critically, it was excessively musty smelling, noticeable as the door opened. The carpet felt damp and the issue was illustrated by the delamination on the doors of the cabinet. This had to be an undoing issue. There was a large piece of sticky green gum stuck to the seat of the lounge chair, impossible to miss during housekeeping. The toilet ran constantly. Lessor issues include limited toiletries such as a single bar of soap to share between the sink and (separate) shower areas. The lighting in the shower area was weak leaving the shower in shadow. All in all, given the miriad of options in the area, I'd suggest guests look elsewhere.

« Small and Friendly Place to Stay »

Lynn at Reception and John the Manager, very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast a plus, comfortable room and efficient staff. I stayed here many times before Best Western bought it and having returned will definitely be back. Great location, so near International Drive but just round the corner is nicer and quieter, still on I-ride or Lynx routes. Public transportation regular and drivers helpful. Hope to be back soon! « One Night is fine »

Stay here for one night because Fairfield Inn by Marriott was fully booked.  Consider to the rates, Best Western is best way to save money. The room is fine not too small but the bed was too old. Pillows very small and look cheap.  WiFi connection is free but need time to reconnect. Flat tv and other amenities is standard.  Small bathroom and need time to get hot water , no shower cap and towels are plenty. Hair dryer and complementary water bottle for two.  No concierge, but we can place our luggage in front desk staff office.  April was very nice and friendly.

« Great place to stay »

This was an awesome experience. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice and comfortable. The cost to stay at this hotel was affordable. I will be staying here again next year. The hotel is located in close proximity to the theme parks. The shuttle service saved us $20 in parking at Disney

« Not worth the "PLUS" »

Our sheets and towels did not feel clean. As if they had already been used previously. Location and price are ok. Lots of parking space. Staff was friendly. Disappointing however for a Best Western PLUS hotel.

    « Excellent! »

Went on Spring break week for a short visit to Universal. This hotel is further a bit from Universal but it is perfect. It took 5 minutes drive from universal. No noise at all. Got the standard room with 2 queen beds and I find it comfortable and clean. It is not a luxury hotel but it served me well for that 1 night stay. I might say this is one of the best best Western I've been to. They have business center that can be utiilized. I did not have breakfast the following morning since I'm in a rush. Overall, a really good choice for those who are visiting Orlando.

    1
    « Terrible experience »

The hotel was awful. At first glance, the hotel looks very nice and the service stuff very friendly. When we entered the room immediately changed our mind. The room was very cramped , bathroom tiny ,beds terribly uncomfortable and dirty bed sheets not to mention the towels that looked used. And the worst part was that the room smelled very. So we decided to completely change the hotel to another. Never again.

    5
    « Really good ! »

The room was excellent, full of towels and lots of channels on the tv. The breakfast was great, the only downside is that the cafeteria was full (but was big actually, it just was peak hour). I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Also it has a nice pool if someone wanted to use it.

    « Good for a night before a cruise »

We were on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise so we decided to stay in the Orlando area instead of at the Port since hotels were less expensive in Orlando. This hotel was very good value, clean, with a nice breakfast. It was situated away from the extremely busy parts of the Orlando tourist area with easy access to the road to the Port.

    5
    « Best Hotel Ever »

Excellent staff and excellent hotel to stay and get some good rest. Should I return to Orlando I would stay in this hotel with no problem. The room price was very good and the food was excellent. I thank everyone who has done a excellent job and keeping this place in a high quality status. Thank you, Tony

« Convenient and relatively inexpensive »

Pros: very nice staff, great breakfast, very convenient to Orlando attractions, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, great price, selection of restaurants within a couple of blocks. Cons: the room was smaller than what we have found at other Best Western properties.

    3
« Basic room with average shuttle service »

The room was basic but clean. They offered a shuttle service to Disney which was great but not frequent enough. I brought my two year old and it would have been nice to bring him back to the room to nap rather than have him nap in the stroller or pay for a cab to bring him back. Wifi was terrible as well. The pool was clean and decent hours with a good breakfast. I am undecided if I would stay again.

« Very good mid priced hotel »

We got a very good price as reward members, comfortable second best hotel breakfast on a two month trip. Would like a better fitness center with some free weights. All in all one of the best motel/hotels we have stayed in.

« Awesome Hotel ... Clean and Comfortable »

Clean rooms, nice decor, comfortable beds, great breakfast and awesome staff. Especially front desk. Professional, helpful, and nice. Hallways are nice, hot and cold breakfast, rooms are a nice size, and nice upkeep. If you need a restful night to sleep, BW is the way to go. A home away from home. Great place to stay. A very convenient location.

    « Vacation »

This is a great value for the type of vacation not going through Disney Plan. One improvement suggestion would be to have airport shuttle. They do have shuttle to Disney parks twice a day and return shuttle twice a day. They also have shuttle to and from Sea World.

« Great location- newer hotel »

This was a very easy to access location right off if the highway. In located just a block away from international drive do restaurants and stores are just minutes away. Lobby area is small but inviting and check in was easy. Our room had two queen sized beds along with a mini fridge. Separate vanity area and small desk by window was a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless but no tub available, shower was quite large and had a rainfall shower head. Breakfast is free and you have your choices of pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal and assorted fruit and pastries. Staff was pleasant thought with a smile on their face and looked happy to be here which is always nice to see.

    3
    « Ok »

We had to switch roomas! They gave us a handicapped room because it was the only one left for a queen size bed. I hated it, the bathroom was horrible so they gave us a doble room. Super tiny, smelled horrible, we had to go to another hotel. Breakfast is good, location too! But the rooms, both smelled horrible!

    4
    « Excellent Breakfast!!! »

Stayed here on business, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was AMAZING!! Lots of healthy options along with your standard waffles and pastries. They even have a beverage machine so you coffee lovers have a choice of cappuccino, lattes and mochas! The only complaints I would have is the elevator is super slow (needs to be updated!) and the price. We paid $113 per night and could have stayed up the road for $65 but we didn't know that until later. All in all a good experience!

The location is perfect to the Park, it is 10 minutes walk to Seaworld. They have a service desk where tickets can be bought. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was extremly loud. We were too close to the reception area and the dining room. Towels are worn-out which was disappointing from Best Western. Breakfast is not a big deal but it is free.

    « Affordable Quality Hotel »

Our stay was comfortable and the accommodation was worth every penny of the price plus more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends and business colleagues. Given a chance, I will stay in the same hotel when I get to visit Orlando next time.

« Staff will help guide you to great fun. »

We went to Orlando and stayed at the BW Plus Orlando Convention Center for business. The staff "Ally" helped guide us to 2 great spots for dinner, the Trolley and shopping. Had coupons and maps at the ready for us and went out of her way to make our stay great.

« Business Trip to West Palm Beach »

Nice hotel, stayed two time this trip. First room was ok, had a bit of odor, likely from AC drain line, but was not too bad. Second stay was better room was clean and odor free, pet friendly (why I stayed here), breakfast was ok, nothing special but fine as it was free, hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Not a bad stay either time.

    « Good location »

Spent 3 days in Orlando wanted to be close to airport. 9 BW was good choice.(airport 10mins away) Staff was pleasant. Room small. Beds comfy. Close to many things: The EyE, Disney , Universal, Sea World etc. . Also easy on and off major roadways ( 528, Rt4) . Kennedy Space Center & Cocoa Beach about an hour away.

Very pleased with staff and facility We were made welcome by the staff, from the moment we entered the hotel. Morning breakfast and breakfast facilities were excellent including fresh fruits etc. Will return to this hotel on our next visit

We enjoyed the hotel and especially the hot breakfast. We found it comfortable, but a bit crowded with four in the room (maximum allowed) with two double beds. The variety of the breakfast items was nice; we especially liked the cheesy egg omelets on Saturday morning.

Not what I am used to when I stay at a Best Western. Usually much nicer hotels The room itself was much smaller than I am used to and the décor was not up to the standard that I am use to when I go to a Best Western Plus

    « wonderful stay »

Ally and Josefina were amazing ladies at the font desk and the breakfast was huge and filling! the cappuccino was better than Starbucks! I had one every morning. they had mickey mouse waffles which my kids loved and pancakes and egg omelets and bacon I was stuffed until dinner! I will stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation so wonderful .

    « Excellent Hotel »

Great service, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, very close to convention center and SeaWorld. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection and quality was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Orlando area. The beds were very comfortable and the room is spacious. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in cleaning my room and made sure I had plenty of towels. The front desk staff assisted me in transportation and made excellent recommendations for dining.

« Great Breakfast, brutal beds »

We stayed only one night, after a 23 hour travel day on less than an hour of sleep. The hotel is easy to find and get to from the airport. We arrived at about 1:30 am. The staff member who checked us in was efficient and polite, though I would not call him "friendly". We had a room on the first floor. Our room was mostly clean - a few stray hairs and a dead bug of some sort in the bathroom, and a stain on the bed skirt and one of the pillows. The toilet paper was probably the roughest and thinnest I have ever used. The bed was the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on. The instant thought when I sat on it was "a piece of plywood with a sheet over it". I'm not that picky when it comes to hotel beds, but I have slept on carpet floors that were less hard than this bed. Thankfully we were beyond exhausted so in the end, we were still able to pass out. However I did get woken at 6am by people walking down the hallway, and talking in the parking lot behind our room. It was so loud that I actually thought our window was open but when I got up to check it was closed. (And considering how tired I was after 3.5 hours of sleep, it must have been quite loud). The breakfast exceeded our expectations. For a continental breakfast, there were lots of options, both hot and cold. Fruit, eggs, cereal, pastries, hash, pancakes and Mickey Mouse waffles! We didn't have time to use the pool, or the shuttle service to Disney/Universal. We did make use of the free wifi. On our check out, Derek at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly! He started our day off on a happy note! Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

« Great location and amenities »

I stayed here with two friends of mine to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. The room was clean and had comfortable beds and pillows; however, it was slightly small for all three of us and out luggage. Most of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good with a combination of hot and cold items. Only complaint was that our safe was broken when we arrived and it took them about 3 days to fix it. The shuttle that picked up here for the parks (also included Sea World) was okay. We were one of the first stops in the morning, so we always had a seat and we were always at the park for opening. However, on the return ride there were not always enough seats for passengers, so some passengers had to stand. Close walking distance to a Subway and a delicious little Italian restaurant, which I can't remember the name of. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Below Expectations »

The room was clean, but had a funky odor. However, the room was small. The King size bd was actually a double. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The clerk refused to credit me points on my Best Western frequent user card. Also, when it came time to check out, there was no one at the desk, and no bell. I had to leave to catch a flight. I am glad I prepaid.

« Good quality hotel and friendly and helpful staff »

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and I was very satisfied with the quality of this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Too bad the weather was too cold to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

« Nice Location - Nice Amenities - Small Rooms »

This was an excellent choice for us in Orlando. It put us in close proximity to many of the attractions we were most interested in and the rates seemed very reasonable, esp. given the fact that the hotel has a nice hot breakfast buffet, a free shuttle to Disney World, and no extra charges for parking. It was comfortable, internet worked well and we were very satisfied. I can recommend the property, although be advised the rooms are quite small.

« Great stay at reasonable rate »

My wife and I prefer to stay at Best Western properties and this location further enforced our reasons. The Hotel was not very fancy but it met and our needs such as clean, good internet and excellent location at a very reasonable rate. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this location .

« Low cost hotel with amenities higher priced hotel make you pay for »

The hotel is located within walking distance to the convention center, SeaWorld and Aquatica. Taxis are available and the location is easy access for anything from Disney to Downtown Orlando including Universal. A shuttle isn't offered to the convention center but the hotel across the street does offer one. The hotel sits on the corner of interstate 4 and 528 beechline to the airport and cocoa beach. Great location. Breakfast is offered with egg and cheese omelet pre made, waffles, juice, coffee cereal, etc. it has the standard cold food and a couple hot choices. The rooms are not spacious and I'm not sure I would stay with my family (3 kids). They have updated the bathrooms with shower only in my room. It does have a fitness facility that is better than most hotels. They do have a universal weight machine with different exercises. Not great but better than just a treadmill like so many hotels. Overall I enjoy stays at best western plus hotels. The staff here was super friendly especially Ally at the front desk. Checking in was super easy. A local favorite breakfast restaurant is right next door if you prefer a bigger breakfast. Parking can fill up fast in the front but if you have a key, the back door is available. My only issue with the room was the shower door seems backwards and opens up into the shower and letting water and out . Free wifi....I hate when high priced hotels charge for this. This place does not charge. Keep in mind this is best western and for that class of hotel, I would definitely stay again.

« Good Hotel for Family Stay in Orlando »

10 mins walk from Universal Studio. Clean hotel + lobby + room. Decent hotel for family stay. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Orlando. They have shuttle too for few parks. Staff is helpful and caring. Wifi in room works fine.

    4
    « Good experience overall »

Nice hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the theme parks is a big plus. We used the shuttle to Universal Studios. Our only regret is that the departure time from the park is a bit too early (7:30pm) and we missed the Macy's parade (8:00pm). It would be great if they would change it to 9:00pm. Breakfast is plentiful and very good. This hotel is a good value for the price you pay. We would recommend it and will probably stay there again on our next stay in Orlando.

    3
    « Smaller than average »

Booked a 4 night stay, as they advertised free shuttle to the parks. While this is somewhat true, it would have been good to know that they only have one or two drop offs in the morning and one or two pickups int he evening. The shuttle also goes to 3-4 other hotels for pickup, making it standing room only on the bus, which I thought was unsafe, given travel on highways and not just 30 mph roads. The shuttle does not service all the parks, just Universal, Epcot and one other, if I recall. Room seemed pretty small, with little room for storing luggage without tripping over it. Bathroom was tiny, with no tub, just a shower stall and toilet in a closet-sized room. Towels seemed rough from age. The water here is horrible! Upon entering the shower, it smells sewage-y or like sulfur. Water took a while to heat up, and seemed like you wasted a lot of water waiting for it to get warm. Rain shower head is fine for those who like a few drops to fall on them, but I like more pressure than was available. Don't drink the water from your room! It tastes as bad as it smells. Buffet was reasonable for breakfast. Many items to choose from. No hotel shuttle to the airport. Incoming cab was about $30, but hotel made a reservation for us for our early departure (which was nice), but we got a car service that was closer to $50 and way above what we expected to spend. Misinformation from hotel staff about Uber availability as well. We thought this would be a good location for visiting various parks, and not being committed to be on property at a specific one. Since the shuttle was not as available as we needed, we ended up spending a lot more in cab fares than expected, and would consider a different property if we return in the future. The hotel staff was very nice, and helpful, which compensated for some of the shortcomings of the hotel in general.

    « Small place »

We stayed for a few nights when visiting Disney. The room was pretty small with two double beds. The breakfast area is also small and crammed with tables. The shower was a bit odd. The shower head never put out a good spray. The door opened up towards the water stream so it was hard to get into. And it was made of clear glass so no one else could use the toilet when you were in the shower. At least the sink was separate. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff were friendly. They would even make our waffles for us.

« Still my top choice »

Just spent 4 nites here while we went to Universal & the outlet malls. You cannot beat this place for the price. It's clean, neat, not rundown. The staff is friendly & helpful, and the breakfast is good--with 3 people to make sure nothing runs out, and all is clean. A free shuttle for Disney, Universal & Seaworld, which is nice with parking now costing $20/day at the parks.

    5
    « exellent hotel »

excellent location - great breakfast - clean - good prices - very polite staff. I would recommend this hotel for any type of stay. you can't beat the price especially for what you get - close to all attractions, great breakfast, free shuttle to seaworld, free shuttle to Disney world, and a very polite and helpful staff.

    « Had a great night »

Check in and out went easy, the manger Rob, was very helpful. Morning time was breakfast was nice and hot. We as a family has a son in a wheelchair and they made sure if we needed anything to let them know.. The one thing I loved is the stand up shower, told my husband I wanted one at my house. lol Great place to stay and will be there again this summer. Also had a great time at SeaWorld.

« Close to Disney for a decent price »

Near the holidays, prices start to go up in the Orlando area. But, we were willing to drive a bit out of the way to stay for less, so we drove out of the Lake Buena Vista area. This location was near enough to Disney but still affordable. The beds were a little hard and the hotel was not the most updated one in the world, but it was clean and comfortable for our one night. We arrived much later than anticipated, but called ahead, and they were very nice to assure us the room was still be there upon arrival. Kind desk clerk and breakfast stayed open even after the posted time so even though we slept in due to our late night, we were still able to eat. It wouldn't be my first choice for a regular spot, but it would remain on my short list, especially during price hike seasons.

    5
    « Great Experience »

From check in to check out, things were great. The hotel is clean, great location, the staff is courteous and always willing to help you. It took us about 10minutes to walk to Sea World from here and maybe 20 minutes to drive to Disney. I always stay here when visiting Orlando.

    4
« Convenient to Convention Center »

Very convenient for attending a meeting at the convention center. Also, driving in and out of the property is easy when visiting area attractions. Staff are helpful and cordial. No extra charges for parking. Even though this property is on the other side of the freeway, access to the west entrance of the convention center is easy. The separate pedestrian walkway makes the trip only 15 min. walk from the hotel to the convention center and separates walkers from car/bus traffic. The direct access to parking lot at the convention center also eliminates the traffic congestion at International. Complementary breakfast is OK, and 24 hour access to coffee, tea, hot water in the dining area is a nice bonus.

    5
« Perfect location and very nice employies »

As compared to the big expensive hotels this might look a second choice, but actually everything is here and there is a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are standard, while the airco can be regulated to your personal preference. Beer can be stored in the freez and in the morning there is a free breakfast with all the things that you may need including eggs, panncakes etc. No waiting to go on breakfast and the employies are watching to fill any possible deficiency. A small pool is available with hardly any persons, so it may look privately. If you want a bar, just cross the street to a big hotel and enjoy .

I love to use Best Western Hotel they are always good and clean. Price is good and the people working in the hotel are friendly and they work so hard to be sure that you enjoy the time in the hotel. I used other hotel before and was very disappointed and frustrating because they knew the problems, but they did not tried to help us.

    « Customer Service »

Excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast every morning, pleasant and caring staff. The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent, staff at desk very helpful, friendly, knowledgable of the city, and gave excellent suggestions to visit. Alley, Derek, Luiza, Rob Worth, and Suyanne should be recognized for their great attitudes they gave to the customers.

    « Clean and Comfortable »

The facilities were updated and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable (but compact). The shower was roomy and separate from the sink vanity. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had both hot and cold items. The mini-Mickey waffles were my favorite! I was able to catch a free shuttle to the Convention Center by walking across the street to the Doubletree. (I even walked several times.) There's a great family-style restaurant next door. The only thing missing was an outdoor hot tub.

« Great breakfast and clean rooms »

We were in town for a conference and even had there been openings, we wouldn't have stayed at the very pricy Conference Center at Rosen Shingle Creek. So I searched for something close by with a hot breakfast and this did the trick. It was about 5 minutes away from the conference via 528! Our room had a queen bed and was handicap accessible (on check-in I was told that all the queen rooms were such). The room was clean, had plenty of pillows and even more important - plenty of charging outlets for our various devices. Wifi was ok - altho' not the fastest. Our bathroom was large due to the accessiblity - however, probably for the same reason, there was no place to put our toiletries - and we don't spread out a lot. We juggled towels around to use some of the shelving for our two small bags. Breakfast was great - and even though lots of folks were eating at the same time, there was adequate seating at all times, and food was replenished promptly - so no 'shortages' I asked for 'express' checkout (invoice to email), however i expected the email to be there when I awoke, or at least before I checked out - as had been the case at another BW I stayed at. The manager told me that he waits til 11am so that the cleaning staff don't knock on the doors while the patrons are still in the rooms. Pros and cons. It took about 30 seconds to check out - so wasn't really any kind of issue but i wanted a receipt of some kind on departing. All in all - we were very satisfied with out stay.

« Solid hotel near convention centre »

I stayed here for conference in November. The hotel is very near convention centre but the heat even at this time of year makes sense to take taxi 5-6 euros to centre. Nice welcome by the front desk staff. Ally was particularly helpful. The hotel is clean but furniture a little threadbare and run down. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower pressure. Plenty of towels AC works well. Coffee and tea in room. Ironing boards and iron was helpful. Safe in room also. The breakfast was pretty good- options waffles pancakes cooked breakfast fruit and juices. The dining area is bit small but adequate. Check out pretty seamless. This hotel is very good quality at a reasonable price - I would stay here again. Only negative- the taxi service the hotel calls for you charged me 45 dollars to go to the airport (30 on way in from airport) Also same driver bright me to wrong Rosen hotel when I said hotel Rosen centre! Make sure you remember this is best western Westwood as there are three in area.

« perfectly good for half the price »

the hotel is convenient to the convention center. The walk is pretty easy, maybe a mile, taking about 10-15 minutes. There is a nice clean pool with cool water, which felt good on a hot day. the Wi-Fi in the room and at the pool was free and excellent.

    « Orlando Views »

The hotel was impressive, especially for the price, but they could upgrade the experience without much difficulty and have a complete package. The front desk was courteous if a bit assembly line. They gave you a little hotel map that had me confused until I navigated my way around. My room smelled a little stuffy like the rugs hadn't been cleaned in a while. The TV was a large screen Panasonic and very nice although it took a while to flick through the channels. The bathroom was clean and the towels were nicely folded. Wouldn't it be nice to have a soft fluffy towel instead of a terry cloth one? The shower handle was loose although they fixed it when I checked out and mentioned that. The coffee was tiny and only made one cup at a time. They had a nice Deli snack bar with resonable prices. I ate at a nearby Japanese Restaurant in a shopping center that was excellent. The pool was nice. The light in the hallway is on all night and wouldn't it be great to dim it a bit after midnight? Save money too. They could use some larger fluffy pillows as well instead of little lumpies.

Great service, excellent and friendly staff who are always helpful, good hot breakfast, and within walking distance to convention center (about 10-15 min). Room is good and clean. The hotel felt very homee, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were so clean and beds very conferrable. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time I visit. The manager Derek went out of his way to help me with the deposit they put on hold, so I could have it available in my account the day after I checked out. He was so patient and kind. I appreciate everything he did for me. The staff from the breakfast was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were always clean no matter what time we left the room, when we got back at night the rooms were impeccable.

    « Great! »

My sister was down in Florida for a conference and so I tagged along to go to Disney World (as any good sister would). The hotel was nice for what it was. The price included breakfast which was great and was actually a full breakfast - not just continental. It's far from Disney World parks, as are most hotels, but they offer a shuttle service in the morning and evenings. It stops along the way at a few other hotels so it ends up taking over an hour to get to the Parks (and only stops in Epcot).

    5
    « Great Value »

Awesome hotel for the price! Very close to theme parks, and very friendly staff. The pool was the perfect temperature, and very quiet at all times of the day. Great place to relax after a long day of walking around SeaWorld or Universal.

    3
« Fair for the Price »

The staff was very pleasant and the location is great if you want to be near the convention center or Sea World, but not right on the busy strip. It's a "get what you paid for" experience though and I think it would be worth the extra $10-20 a night to find slightly higher quality. The amenities were all great quality and looked newer, but the room itself was musty and had a moldy smell which made me question things like taking my shoes off or breathing in too deeply. My stay was not unpleasant, but as I travel a lot I feel like I probably could have done a little better if I had the spare cash for the trip.

    « Best Value - Best Western »

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 4 years. The staff, rooms and amenities are stellar. The breakfast is well staffed and maintained. Warm breakfast each morning and Mickey Mouse waffles for the kids to enjoy. Great Location to the parks and International Drive (I Drive) area is a short walk away. Shuttles and all offered here. Its the best value for any hotel in the area.

« Better Value Than Disney »

We stayed at this hotel mostly due to location. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, close to Sea World and had a complimentary shuttle service to the local parks. The hotel website advertises several places nearby to visit for entertainment. Google the distance. The hotel website is inaccurate. Many places that would seemingly be within walking distance are not. We did not use the shuttle but they tell you when it is to leave to the various parks and is a nice feature. The pool and fitness center were what you would expect at a place like this. The staff were very friendly. They greeted us just about every time we came into or out of the hotel. One night we arrived at between 1:00 a.m. and 2 a.m. The front door was open and nobody was at the desk. This didn't seem secure to me. Breakfast was just okay. But I guess what you would expect for free. The Wifi was spotty but worked a good bit of the time. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel.
