Best Western Hotel Airport Inn & Suites, Orlando

Clean room, comfortable bed and close to the airport for our early flight out of MCO. Safe area with many dining options nearby. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff on duty. Would stay here again if in the area.

Greeted by a warm welcome. Upgraded our room to a suite. Zero issues with early check in. Front desk was extremely helpful with advice on where to order dinner from to the best way to get to the airport in the morning

Broken bed, wet floors, no airport shuttle. Overall staff was nice but only reason we stayed was the shuttle. Room smelled moldy. We all left with respratory infections. Not a great experience. Will not go back

How I get in your shuttle and your driver on the phone talking about drugs. 20$ for a .5 of white and he drives forward risking our life in a accident. The drug dealer gets ours out the shuttle screaming and curing at ghost. This is a lawsuit I will deal with. I don't understand why you hiring rude individuals! Do you not do background checks? He smelled like pot and had gangster music so loud it was disrespectful!!

We had everything we needed from our 1 night stay at this Best Western hotel which was breakfast, an included airport shuttle, and a place to keep our bags before we could check in. The pool was a nice benefit but very chilly in the evening as it is on the side of the building without the sun. This hotel is a great option if you are in transit from the cruise port to the airport like we were. We wanted an extra land day that was cheap and convenient where we could get over to area attractions and rest before traveling back home. The clientele was all over the place (pretty sure their was a couple at breakfast the first morning who were about to pass out from being high) and the rooms quite old specifically the drapes and carpet but if that doesn't bother you and just need a place to stay the staff were friendly and the place works.

this location clean with fast and friendly service. the breakfast was hot and fresh and changed daily. no more diamond member check in perks- must be deleted off web site for this is no longer offered by any of the best westerns i have over the last three months. would stay here again

My stay was due for flight cancellation. Upon checking out Tuesday morning waiting inside the shuttle for approx 10-15 while the driver was else where was absolutely unprofessional! Once the tall dark skin man arrive on the shuttle he was screaming at some older light skin man out the door telling us passengers to SHUT THE F### UP!!! I would rate 1 star but , I wouldn't want to effect my stay when everything was absolutely amazing and upon checking in my room smell so darn good I thought I checked into a Hilton!!!!

The staff here is awesome. Johnathon an absolute treasure. Cleanliness in room-excellent. Front desk...more than just helpful. People are polite, kind and "go out of there way" to meet your needs. Extremely long wait to check in. Only one person working counter and answering phones. Website falsey advertised park and fly service to airport but it is not available. Was given excuse parking lot was too small at hotel to accommodate cars and shuttle was broke down. No reward member bottle water or snack offered. Breakfast was minimal. Shower curtain was ripped and wouldn't stay shut so water went all over floor. I usually love Best Western but this one was a huge disappointment.

We stayed for 5 days and the stay was okay, bit nothing to brag about. Pros: Beds sleep well, convenient location, great Uber service, repairs needed in rooms Cons: Awful breakfast, no shuttle When booking an appointment, make sure the employees are giving you Correct and Honest information.

I called ahead to see if the shuttle was in working order. I was told it was it in order. I then proceeded to book only because of that. However the day of the stay the shuttle was down and no accommodations were made available to me.

My family of 4 stayed at Best Western Airport Inn and Suites for 4 nights in early August 2022. There are some positives and some negatives about this hotel in our opinion, hence the very average rating. Aspects of this hotel that we were specifically looking for were lowest possible cost, pool, free/included breakfast, and free/included airport shuttle service. In terms of cost, the BW was the least expensive of our options while meeting our needs. We felt like we searched for a while and the BW kept coming up with availability for our needed nights at the lowest possible cost. We booked 2 days at Disney World so we needed a hotel that still included a free airport shuttle but at the same time was as close as possible to Magic Kingdom/Hollywood Studios for an uber/lyft without breaking the bank for those round trips to Disney. The shuttle was very prompt in picking us up at the airport and very seamless. When we inquired about setting up the shuttle ride back to the airport at the end of our stay, we were informed that the shuttle was being fixed and was not available to bring us to the airport. When I pushed a little at the front desk about the whole reason we picked BW was for a shuttle option, they were reluctant to cover the uber/lyft fair at first but eventually did the right thing and paid for our uber/lyft. The free/included breakfast was ok. The coffee was not great but the hotel did have flavored creamer (French vanilla) which helped mask the taste. The hotel offered a waffle and pancake maker which was really good, although very popular and came with a wait (not a bad thing but just a reality). Included with the waffle was an option to add sprinkles which was a nice added piece to the breakfast for the kids. Everyday we had eggs (not really flavorful) and some sort of protein. Finally there was a yogurt option, 3 kinds of cereal, and bagel/toast options everyday in case we needed a little variety. Obviously juice(s) and water were offered. Like I mentioned earlier it was very crowded when we went every morning but that comes with the territory. For a free/included breakfast it definitely met a need. Simply put, breakfast was good, not amazing. The pool was nothing special but it met a want for our family. It was not huge and could get really crowded with limited seating around the edge. However, on the one day we used it we pretty much had it all to ourselves. The room, along with the hallways, were dated and are in need of a facelift for sure. But the beds were fairly comfortable, everything in the room worked (tv, fridge, ac, shower/toilet), and we were able to use the communal laundry (for a few dollars) which was a nice-to-have that actually came in handy for us. The housekeeping never came to our room to clean sheets or tidy up which was disappointing. I had to ask the front desk for new trash liners and the front desk person came up to take care of it for us. But I found it odd that while we were gone at Disney for the 2 days, they never serviced our room. We also did not specifically ask to have it serviced so I am sure if we did ask it would have been done. Overall, the stay was ok, average. We were not looking for anything luxurious nor did we want a pay-by-the-hour motel. This hotel was exactly in the middle.

To start, the free airport shuttle is “out of service” for “a few weeks” written no where on their website or to their guests, had to spend $40+ to get back & forth. Also blood on the ceiling?? Fridge broken, sheets inside out, etc! Would not recommend AT ALL! Very disappointed

We are terribly sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, our airport shuttle experienced a breakdown, and these do happen. We are getting it repaired as fast as we can. We are unaware of any blood on the ceiling but will investigate all the issues you experienced.

Hotel is close to the Airport offering a complimentary shuttle service. Local bus service is located with 10 min walking distance outside the hotel. Friendly staff and a hot breakfast is provided. Pool is well maintained and gym is small but has the basics; 1 treadmill; 1 exercise Bike and some low weight free weights along with a universal and yoga mats.

My room was clean and the front desk employee was very kind. I would stay here again. Close to the Orlando Airport. The only thing is the entrance is a little tricky. You have to turn in by the building that says Public Storage.

The room smelled like mildew!. There is no sink in the bathroom in any of the rooms??? I found hair on the bed! Enough said! They tell you its a excellent breakfast however its microwaved eggs. The only reason I stayed is they moved me into a room with out a rug.

We are terribly sorry your room had an odor. All of our rooms have sinks. Our eggs are cooked in skillets. All or our rooms have carpets. We believe you left a review for the wrong hotel.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for our departure. Our flight was delayed and they let us stay until noon to check out so that helped. Also all the staff were really friendly and the breakfast bar was well stocked. Room was clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I were celebrating a special occasion together and wanted to have a king size suite to stay in. We looked around at other hotels, but had family staying at this best western so we booked the suite here. It wasn't until we were checking in that we discovered they placed us in a room with two queen beds instead of a king. Their reasoning was because of "maintenance issues". We paid extra for a king and had to complain until a refund was given to accommodate the difference in price. After setting up in the room we did not want, we discovered the one of the beds was broken and the table tilts over when any weight was on it. We tried fo request a different room and bad to wait 20 minutes in the lobby because there was only one worker on duty. When she finally showed up, we were told that they were completely booked and couldn't do anything to help us. Overall this was a horrible experience between not getting the room we booked, a short staff, and having to stay in a room with issues.

We are terribly sorry about your experience. We strive to accommodate all of our guest needs. Unfortunately, the unexpected sometimes happens with maintenance issues. In this case the maintenance issue caused by a previous guest was not repairable. In an effort to accommodate your stay, we had to move you to a two-queen bed suite. We understand that tempers were already high for the unforeseen complication. We apologize the room did not meet your expectations.

I chose this hotel for the close proximity to car rental return. Always skeptical when going by pics on internet. What a very pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, The entire lobby, breakfast area, elevator, pool area, and rooms were spotless and very well maintained. Definitely would stay again.

We found a dirty used tampon on the floor next to our bed. One of the grossest things we have encountered while on our vacation. This is completely disgusting and unacceptable. The staff was kind and understanding but still doesn't make it any better

Wish they would've told me all of the vending machines were empty apoun check in. They did offer drinks for sale in the lobby though. I however, did not find this out until after I checked all 5 floors. And I was on a floor in the middle so I had to go up then down and then back up.

Thank you for leaving a review. We have addressed the vending machine issue. We had an unexpected run-on water. We definitely have a market on the lobby level to purchase beverages.

Had to find a hotel convenient to Palm Coast and Daytona. This hotel hit that sweet spot. Clean and great location. I was riding my Harley Davidson and it rained when I was out getting dinner, they supplied some towels to wipe down bike and let me park under cover. Room was nice size and water pressure good when taking a shower.

The hotel is good for the value. It's an old hotel or seems like it. Half our room lights didn't work but, the staff we interacted with were very nice and the room was well cleaned. It's in a decent area with a waffle house right next door and isn't far from most of the major parks. Overall a good experience, especially for what we paid.

Good budget travel option We stayed at this Best Western as we were flying out of MCO very early and the staff at check in were very friendly. The elevator was acting up but had it fixed within 12 hours. The rooms are nothing fancy but they have everything you'd need - clean, comfortable bed, cable TV, and the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The shower had no water pressure. They had a guest coin laundry/dryer available but had no change machine for bills & the front desk was able to provide more than $3 in change. Breakfast was hot, fresh options like scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, plus all the usual grab and go stuff like yogurt, cereal, & bagels. Pool was basic & very chilly. They did have a "to go" option for breakfast (requested night prior) which consisted of a bottle of water, granola bar, a muffin, & a piece of fruit.

I'm giving 3 stars for the front desk clerks, the breakfast, and for the location (being less than 10 minutes from Orlando Airport.) The hotel itself looks like it needs attention. The bathroom had a light fixture with 4 bulbs, but every other one wasn't working, meaning you practically had to take a shower and get ready in the dark. We don't know if it they were actually not working, were burned out, or were removed (due the specific pattern) in order to save electricity. I would have asked for another room but I was only there one night after a flight that was delayed by several hours.

The staffs are fine. Exteriors are okay. Rooms are old and smelled bad. Suggested choosing a different hotel if have a choice. There is a Waffle House next door which opens 24/7. Good to go for a quick meal if arrived late. Spent a night to catch flight next morning.

The room was musty, my daughters allergies got so out of control. Eyes swelled tried to steam in bathroom to open up her lungs but water wasnt hot. Bathtub was disgusting. I took pictures to document.

I stayed at this Best Western after landing at MCO pretty late at night and was very pleased. The staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming - even at 9:30 pm. The rooms are nothing fancy but they have everything you'd need - clean, comfortable bed, working cable TV, wifi, large bathroom and the refrigerator and microwave in the room worked extremely well - so well in fact, the fridge almost froze a bottle of juice I left overnight. The AC worked very well too. There is a coffee maker in the room which I loved since breakfast isn't until 6:30am and I usually need coffee before then. Bathroom was very large and there was a small closet nook to store your luggage or hang some clothing. I was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet all night. Breakfast was very good with tons of hot, fresh options like scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, plus all the usual grab and go stuff like yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. Considering so many businesses are cutting back on these types of free services I was very impressed. They also had really good coffee - very hot as well as several juice options. There wasn't much seating in the breakfast area but we never have a problem finding a seat. For the area and price this really is a great option if you don't need anything fancy but still want everything you'd need for a comfortable, quiet stay.

Stayed there one night before cruise out of Port Canaveral. Nice stay, good breakfast. Clean comfortable stay. Had nice pool but didn't use. Shuttle picked us and took us to port.. Picked us up first as we were farther west than airport. Then went to get others at airport.

When we arrived at 2:30am (exhausted) the attendant was not at the desk and there was no way to contact them (no bell, buzzer, or sign). I waited more than 5 minutes before finally banging on the plexiglass until someone showed up. They did not tell me I would be charged a deposit (which is fine, but tell me). They also did not tell me they could not input my gift cards and my bill would have to be adjusted by a manager the next day. The decor was old and worn (broken in places). Whoever cleaned our room before we got there put two conditioners and no shampoo. That's slightly nitpickey, but I didn't realize until I was already in the shower and unable to wash my hair. I realize staffing is hard right now but it was rather expensive for the quality and service we got. The location was good as far as proximity to the airport.

The hotel is mediocre at best. Yes I understand that it's a BW but they have been reinventing themselves. This comes down the the cleanliness and dated status of the rooms. The counters were covered in something (looked like coffee grounds) there was a dead bug in the bedding. Also, the sofa was obviously extremely old due to the cracked and torn upholstery. The carpet was generally disgusting with old stains and food ground in after many passes with a vacuum. Yes I have stayed many times at a BW and been very surprised as a guest with the quality of the service and room (Nogales AZ, and Needles CA, of all places). I would not stay here again. This is coming from someone who stays in well over 200 nights in a hotel a year for work.

Moldy room I got sick and the bathroom is nothing bigger than a box. Only a toile and shower and sitting on the toilet u have to turn sideways to shut the door. The exterior fools what the rooms look like

This hotel is poorly kept and managed. I would not recommend this property or any Best Western after my last trip from coast to coast. What was was a reliable brand has become a terrible experience. The rooms are not “covid” clean and the general condition of the last six Best Westerns I have stayed at over the past few months has been quite awful.

Tim at check in was great he went out of his way to make the check in experience a good one. I have be at many BW hotels in the past 2 weeks on vacation and yours and the BW Key west were the best. But the guy at check-in was the reason for the good review.

There was a hole in the plaster in the room. The bathtub faucet drips and you could hear the dripping all night long. There were an insufficient number of bath towels in the room and the hotel had no more clean ones until the laundry was completed and then had no staff to bring to room. We never received requested wake-up call. You decide!

Great hotel to rest our heads for the night after a terrible airport experience. Clean hotel and super friendly staff, he made sure we had a to go breakfast, and had our taxis waiting for us at 5a. Would recommend.

I came here and I ran into Howard at the front desk. He's a great man who takes great care of hotel guests and goes above and beyond. I have never seen someone go as far as he has for me. I needed a room while I'm looking for a place and he has gone and looked for deals and booked and changed so many things to help me out during a difficult time. He has checked up on me to make sure I'm ok and got on a personal level. You don't see many people like that. He has a great personality and knows how to interact with guests. I'd say he's become a new friend, not because he's gotten me deals or anything from a business standpoint, but because he asked if I was ok and checked on me and was a human being during a very difficult time. You want stellar customer service, this is the place to come to. The manager Tim is a really nice guy as well. They make you feel welcome and at home even though this is a place to get away. I would come back to this place again if I ever moved or needed to go somewhere. The entire staff from front desk to housekeepers always say good morning to me. This is t home but Howard made it feel like a temporary home and I gained a new friend. He a funny guy and he'll make you laugh. Thank you to the staff here including Tim and most importantly Howard for such compassion during a rough time in my life.

I stayed here for 3 days, the place was very clean, staff accommodate your needs and very friendly, I love the hot breakfast and the pool was nice. Overall it was an excellent value for the price and I look forward to returning to this location next time I visit Orlando.

We planned to stay 1 night , on the website it states shuttle service. We contact them from the airport and the guy stated no shuttle service due to Covid, rudely. The main reason I booked here is because they stated shuttle service. We got there, then the room had spider and the carpet had blood stains. We ask desk clerk for another room, at 1st he stated he does not have any available, then he have us another room which smelled like mildew, the bathroom not clean, and no toiletries or any towels. We spoke to the manager after numerous phone called, he did give us Some discount. It has nothing to do with giving us a discount, it's the principle. The service was awful, and the staff was not courteous expect the housekeeper next morning, which she apologized for the inconvenience.

I booked the room for one night for easy airport access and because I'm a member of the Best Western program. The shuttle wasn't running and I didn't find out until I requested a time. I had trouble finding a way to the airport on time. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so no phone service. Cleanliness was just average with mould in the shower. Hotel is in need of refurbishment.

I stayed here as it was convenient being near the Orlando International Airport. I participated in a Best Western promotion which was stay twice and earn a free night voucher. The staff member that checked me in my room recognized and thanked me as a Diamond Select member for Best Western. I would recommend this hotel for being near the airport.

I had travel delays and needed to stay in Orlando last minute, Christmas Eve, after missing my flight. This hotel was like staying with family......clean, comfortable, caring, and top notch hospitality! Not to mention the price was a bargain.

Patrick is an absolute delight. He is extremely patient and kind, and i got the feeling that customer service is his #1 goal. Even 2 days after checkout, I spoke to him about my folio and he remembered me and the situation, and I very much appreciated the explanation as to why one of my gift cards was not applied, and gave me a number should I have follow-up questions. Going beyond what is requested goes a VERY long way with me. I am very impressed with his attitude and customer service skills.

Mr. Manuel and his staff are so friend and helpful. My housekeeper Ms. Aida went above and beyond on my room cleaning it. When I went for my morning exercise(walking) around the building I was impressed with the grounds being so well kept, (the water fall on and working). This morning I got to speak with one of the other young ladies that work here Ms. Mathias, she was so polite to me .I like this hotel and I will return and recommend it to other.

I had booked a flight and pre-paid room before COVID. About a week before my trip, the airline canceled the flight due to COVID related capacity issues and my only option was to drive. Oh well, stuff happens. I called Best Western corporate to see what could be done since my hotel was non-refundable. They told me the manager of the hotel could issue a refund. I called this hotel and the manager Tim at first told me there was nothing he could do. When I pressed him he said “Ok, I could refund you but I am not going to. The owner said no more refunds when people need to cancel for COVID. Next time do not buy a non-refundable to save a couple dollars.” Wow. How do you feel good about working for someone that has that philosophy? Don't worry, Tim. There won't be a next time and that goes for the Best Western brand as a whole.

The hotel could use slight updates but the overall experience was very good. Close to alot and clean and staff was helpful and felt safe. i would recommend this hotel My friend and my daughter and her friend all women stayed there and we all felt very comfortable and the room was nice Tv was very small and reception wasn't very good but we were only staying one night so no big deal. Overall experience was good and it was clean beds were comfortable and plenty of room.

I booked a hotel through bookings.com at another location. Arrived to that hotel in utter disgust and discomfort. Requested a refund within 10 minutes of checking in to that location and made a phone call at 11pm to this Best Western. The front desk lady quickly helped me out, and gave me the best rate (which wasn't that much more expensive than the original hotel I booked on bookings.com) The stay was very comfortable, and nice here. The lobby was very clean, and updated to a modern appearance. I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the amenities they normally offer due to corona virus issues, but that is not reflected at all in this review. The hotel room was very clean, modern updated look and looked very close to the photos they had online. The bed was comfortable, and even the AC didn't have that musty/moldy smell coming from it, like I have experienced at other hotel locations. Overall, I do recommend staying here if you're looking for a good clean quiet place to stay with a pool as well (it is an ourdoor pool) If I had to post negatively I would say the wifi service was almost unusable, and the remote for the tv was an aftermarket/basic function remove which had a poor remote range, but these are nit-picking negatives that are not affecting my overall review. TLDR: Good staff, clean lobby, clean room, great experience at a good price.

Our AC went out $ needed a place late at night & this BW welcomed us with open arms. Patrick, Tim and Raul were all great and treated us like VIP's. Tim especially went above and beyond during our stay. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it highly.

Clean and close to airport with friendly staff. A little difficult to see entrance, but follow the signs. Needed a room by the airport after traveling over 24 hours and this was just what we needed. Large and spacious handicap room.

Shame on you Best Western! In this pandemic of COVID-19 where airlines and cruises are offering flexibility with their cancellations, you are not. I was shocked when I called to cancel and hoped for a refund or ability reschedule and I was told “no, I'm sorry.” We are trying to do our part to “flatten the curve” and avoid travel. I would not recommend supporting this business!

No hot water & the heating/cooling system needs an upgrade .I was freezing or sweating all night not the best .The hot water issue was supposed to resolve itself in 20 minutes or so 45 minutes later no improvement . I got moved to 301 it was lovely .It was the room I thought I'd booked according to the picture .

This is a great spot for the night before your flight. It is close to the airport, has a shuttle service and was clean, the staff is friendly. You can do your checkin on their computer and print your boarding pass if you so wish. The breakfast is included and was good with lots of choices.

For the area being so close to the airport having free shuttle to the airport and within 5 miles of 2 major malls the location is great, when you walk into the lobby you think the experience will be below average but truthfully for a Budget Hotel the rooms are decent at least they offer a min fridge and microwave which for take out food is great and they have a concierge for take out/delivery food until 10PM. AC/Heating unit is too loud, almost unbearable to sleep with it on, but rooms are spacious and the sleeper sofa is great for little ones.

This BW has great location for travel to and from Orlando. Clean comfortable rooms with good free breakfasts and reliable internet. Rooms have fridge and microwave and comfortable beds. We have stayed here before and will most likely stay again when flying from Orlando.

When we checked in to this hotel we told both the desk clerk and assistant manager that we needed to be on the first airport shuttle the next morning. We were told that it would be at 5:00 AM. We said we would take it. We got up at 4:30 AM, packed and were in the lobby at 5:02 AM, only to learn that the shuttle had departed and our name was not on their list and the next shuttle would not arrive until 6:00 AM (too late for a 7:00 AM take off) We were able to take an Uber, A problem having people working with poor command of English.

Just stayed 1 night The hotel was updated, clean,good location for airport, airport shuttle included, breakfast included room was spacious and large with a sitting area I would definitely recommend staying here

If you stay here be sure and tell the desk agent what time you want to use the shuttle to the airport, 24 hours in advance. The time schedule fills up quickly because the shuttle service is for many other Hotels close by. If you take a TAXI it will cost $25 to go about 5 miles. Outrageous !!

Friendly desk staff, clean room and public areas. Desk clerk upgraded us to a suite. Shuttle was on time. Breakfast was average Pool is not heated but comfortable seating for enjoying the sunshine. Do NOT eat at the next door Waffle House - bad!!!

This is s nice hotel except for a few things. There was no hot water at 9:30 a.m. after most people were or had showers. The toilet plugged. Even though the tank filled completely nothing happened when the toilet was flushed. We weren't expecting a gourmet breakfast. But the juices watered down more than most places. The eggs were refilled from a clear plastic bag. There weren't enough tables to sit everyone even after 9:00 a.m. The breakfast bar area was extremely crowded. There were no towel racks at all in the bathroom. The bathroom door was a heavy metal door with a spring closure. The light switch was not on the side where the door opened. This is the part of the room which showed heavy wear. The fan came on with the light, but despite that the bathroom was very warm and humid. The kitchenette are did not have a light, so was always a little dark. When we arrived the room was around 70 degrees but humid. We turned the A.C. down and eventually the humidity went down. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Spent one night here as we wanted a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are nicely large and very clean. Ran into two minor quirks. One, we checked in at 2:55 (check in is 2:00), and one of the two rooms we requested was not cleaned yet ( we arrived on a Monday, so I'm sure there were a lot of rooms to clean after the weekend). Two: we checked in, went out to eat supper then returned our rental car to the airport. After that, I tried five times over a 30 minute period to call the number the front desk gave us for a pick up at the airport. Not once did anyone answer. So I had to call the front desk to get the shuttle driver to pick us up. Just two minor nuisances that could have and should have been avoided. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent one night here before flying home. Wanted a reasonable priced hotel near the airport with a free airport shuttle. This Best Western fit the bill. Room was clean, large, beds were comfy. The front desk was very helpful with directions and food recomendations. They were also able to give me the ground floor room I requested. The airport shuttle goes to 3-4 hotels but was very efficient and timely. Breakfast had something for everyone and was kept refreshed and clean. There are couple restaurants nearby but there is also delivery from a few places. We order pizza from Mama Mia's pizza and it was delivered right to our door.

No hot water to shower, Tub/Shower was uneven, rust stains, hairline cracks in Tub. Inside of windows were rotting out. Communication barriers with Staff. Seemed annoyed when I asked about charges on room bill. Would not stay here again. Breakfast was the only positive in this hotel

Other than the fact it is close to the airport I have nothing good to say about this property. The a/c in the room sounded like a jet engine the fan motor was also extremely loud. There was considerable outside noise also. Sirens, Train. On to the worst part. The bed and pillows. So very hard. No sleep whatsoever. I don't know whose idea it was to put those tiny pillows on the king size bed but they were terrible and hard. Never have I stayed in a hotel that was that uncomfortable.

Very nice property. Well run, clean and pleasant staff. Only complaint was coffe from urn at breakfast tasted strange. We did not drink instead asked for in room coffee packets and were given them by desk staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

The location is nice. It's right by the airport and the mall. Breakfast was okay but it's a nice little hotel. The hotel was clean. Outside of the hotel was clean as well. Also the price was good as well so overall, it was nice.

The weird smell other reviewers report without any further elaboration is some kind of cleaning product - it's not like dead rats or sewers or anything like that. I thought this needed to be pointed out. The main problem with this hotel is the bath tub. There is no flat bottom - it's all curved which can make it difficult to stand up without falling down. If you are elderly then you should avoid this hotel or request a flat tub.

I needed to pick my son up from the airport very early so I opted to stay here. The accommodations were nice, nothing fancy, but clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, as well. Upon opting for the breakfast buffet, a few healthier choices would be my only complaint. There were a lot of juice choices, which is rare, and appreciated.

This is a great place to stay close to the airport, very friendly staff. The place was really quite when I was there. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel is approximately 5 min from the airport with shuttle transportation.

Great location to spend the night to catch an early flight out of Orlando International Airport (MLB), shuttle bus was prompt and driver very accomodating and courteous! Will be using the same on other early morning flights out of MLB.

For $130 a night, not really what I was expecting. The hotel is just missing...something. We only booked this because we unexpectedly needed to stay close to the airport and have access to the shuttle the night before our departure. Staff was pretty indifferent towards guests and didn't seem interested in being there. The room was clean and serviceable but the whole place had a lingering, mystery odor. The fitness center is barely larger than a walk-in closet with as much equipment shoved in as possible. The shuttle driver was friendly but the shuttle itself needs to be replaced. It smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that my eyes watered and I was suppressing a cough for the whole ride. I don't believe the driver smoked in it, I just think it's an old shuttle that was previously smoked in for so long that the smell won't go away.

I booked this hotel last minute on a recent trip to Florida. I took my family on a cruise and we needed a hotel for the nights before and after. The original hotel I had booked for before and after turned out to be inadequate and completely disgusting. I was able to get a room booked with only a few days notice for the day the cruise came back into port and it was less than the disgusting hotel I had booked originally, so that was great if nothing else. The day before check in, I received a proactive email with instructions about how to get a shuttle to the hotel. Actually requesting the shuttle was simple and the front desk staff was friendly when I called. We arrived at the hotel early and were told where we could leave our bags and then get coffee or tea while we waited for a room to be cleaned. The front desk person was knowledgeable about where we go to eat nearby as well. We ended up being able to check in early and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nicely remodeled. The courteous service of everyone I came in contact with would be enough for me to say that I will stay here again the next time I'm in Orlando. Additionally, my oldest daughter lost her wallet during our stay at this hotel. I checked with the front desk before our departure and they didn't have it at that time. When I got home, I called one more time and they did have it! I sent them a return label and they sent it back to us including all the cash in it! I am so grateful they were able to get it returned. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Very clean, exceptional staff, close to the airport with a shuttle for most hours and reasonable Lyft prices if not using the shuttle. The internet worked well. We were not there for breakfast but we were given a grab and go bag. I would recommend this location as a great place to use for a layover on flights.

Can I say amazing staff overall?! Traveled for work and was so pleased that they had the convenience of an airport shuttle. I called to advise that my rental was not ready for me, and the front desk agent was very nice and directed me to where I needed to be for the shuttle to pick me up. I get to the hotel and they are so nice and attentive. It did not feel like I was staying at a hotel during the week. Loved it!

Close to airport and only minutes to Universal Studios. Clean, safe and quiet. Breakfast choices are good. They offer airport shuttles and transportation to Cruise Terminal. The Manager translated for us and overall. The was staff very helpfull. This is our "go to" hotel.

I lost my fly, past midnight. I had to get a hotel to stay the night. Between all the hotels near the airport, some of them answered and others sid not. Best Western Airport was the only one that answered me. They took care of me very well at this time. The place was clean, comfortable and very good. The shuttle service was excellent . Thank you, thank you. If you lost your flight or have an emergency situation, don't forget the Best Western Airport Inn.

Check-in was fast and the people at the reception were extra smart and gave all info required. There are food options available close by, so not an issue. Water fountains available on the ground floor. I stayed in the ground floor so no idea about upper floors. Breakfast was basic but good enough for a traveler. Could have included some vegetables with breakfast. Check out was fast as well. Need to let the reception know in advance about airport transfers. the airport shuttle arrives every hour. I did not have any issues with getting to the airport from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Hi Dohaman, We appreciate your thorough review of your stay and are glad to hear you enjoyed staying at our hotel. We certainly hope we will see you again on your travels into Orlando.

When we arrived at Orlando airport, we got after picking up our luggage, as they had directed. After about half an hour, we called again. They told us the shuttle was at the other terminal picking up guest and should be by in about 10 min. About 20 minutes later we called again, and the same story was told. We had seen other hotel shuttles go by 3 or 4 times by this time. After about the 4th phone call and bring told the same story, we had given up and were in the process of calling a taxi. Finally, Best Western's shuttle came!!!! Yet no one else was in the shuttle (they kept saying the driver was picking up other guests?) The main reason we chose this hotel is because we've stayed at many other Best Western hotels and been satisfied and this one was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service. I love Best Western, but I will NEVER stay at this one again.

I found a lot of things that were no found in three previous hotel where I stayed during my vacation in october..good breakfast, good treat and assistance by their employees and a place clean and close to the areas i want to visit. I recommend to any other person that wll go to orlando

flew out and into Orlando Airport. Stayed here coming and going. This hotel shows its use and is a little tattered. That said, room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent - friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle to and from the airport was on time and efficient. And, they let me park for the entirety of my trip for a very reasonable price. Would I be staying here for a week in Orlando, probably not. But for clean and efficient stay for in and out of airport - definitely would stay here. Only one downside, very limited restaurants close by.

I called this evening to make a reservation. I was initially placed on hold for 20 minutes. The phone then rang back to the front desk 30 times, I counted and then I was disconnected. I called back. I was asked to be placed back on hold. I asked for a manager. The guest service agent repeatedly told me she was the only one at the hotel, and she was not a manager on duty. She then said to me that I did not understand. I worked in hotels for 7 years. I worked as a desk agent, night auditor, shift supervisor and a front office manager. Believe me, I understand!! Do not stay here. Forget those that like it!! As they say you only have one chance to make a first impression. In the hotel business your first impression starts on the phone!! Disgusting that only 1 person is running the show and they are not a manager. Guess who got my business? Or better yet, who did not.

I have stayed here several times and each time I am more impressed. This time we arrived via their airport shuttle around midnight. Raul, the night desk clerk, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Richie, assistant manager, even remembered my name! The employees do a great job of taking care of their guests. I am happy to have discovered this hotel for our pre and/or post airport trips.

This hotel is very nice. The shuttle bus was very convenient. My room was very nice, bathroom was to small though and sink was outside, but the bed was so comfortable and I slept very well. I would recommend this hotel.

We found the room very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The only thing I didn't like was the fairly long wait at the airport for the shuttle to take us back to the motel. The daily rate for parking was reasonable.

We appreciate your review. Our shuttle is a shared service with other area hotels and we do apologize that your wait was longer than you expected. The shuttle service is a complimentary service and we do our very best to minimize the wait to our guests, however, with traffic and fight schedules wait times can be difficult to predict.

Nothing worse than to needing to evacuate during hurricane season, when almost all hotel were totally booked near the orlando Airport, I was lucky to get a room at Best Western Airport and I'm glad, very affordable and clean, I was able to rest on the great beds and pillows, the personal was very friendly and helpful during that time. I will recommend this place for vacations, business or to be safe during a Hurricane. Mary Santana-Edge

We are so glad we were your safe haven and look forward to you returning under "normal" circumstances!

Good hotel to live in. Comfortable big rooms, spacious queen beds, spacious bathroom. Close to airport. Waffle house next door. Good customer service. Patrick was good and courteous to us. We were given rooms earlier than scheduled. They accommodated us without any issue. Nice hotel.

We paid $95.00 via Travelocity for an overnight stay prior to a cruise. The hotel was solid. Room isn't huge, but reasonable and it was clean. Free breakfast was tasty and a good way to get the day started. Two issues to be aware of. The A/C unit was noisy. It didn't keep us awake, but it was a bit irritating. We heard others in the lobby comment about it as well so not sure if it is an install issue or the types of units. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning. The other issue is the shuttle service. It is free. It also services multiple hotels so a 10 minute drive may turn into a 40 minute sight seeing excursion as pick up and drop off occurs on both sides of the airport and at multiple hotels. When you are at the airport be sure to be on Level One (ground transportation area) zone A 3/4 which is all the way to one end. Overall, a solid experience. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, good survive staff, reasonable price. Super super new hotel!!! Nice and very clean room. The pool is very clean and privatcy. There are many restaurants and supermarkets(Seven eleven) close to the hotel. This is the best one of holels for family. We really reccommend to choose this hotel for your.

Everyone we encountered was very friendly & helpful. Water in the shower was only tepid. That is the only complaint that I had. Shuttle was very convenient with pleasant driver. don't have info on the breakfast, because we slept too late. Comfy bed!

Very good experience, kids loved it! Hotel staff was nice and so was the free breakfast and free WiFi. They even let me check in early because we got there before time. I really like the free breakfast because it saves you some money.

The morning manager was explicitly rude to his customers. We simply just asked for an extra wash cloth that doesn't require consumption but still said no in a such an angry tone. How can such a manager treat those who pay for services like this. Above all else the evening manager and the shuttle person was kind to us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I do think you may be reviewing the wrong property. I am the only male manager at this hotel, and I would never say no to such a simple request. We take care of our guests. Thank you again.

I guess you get what you pay for... I think we will start paying a little more for better accommodations. The AC in the room is so very loud and of course had that mildewy smell! The room was basic. On our first night the fire alarm went off!!! We had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night with a 1 year old baby. No accommodations were given or apologizes! Didn't receive a credit or refund for having the noise continue every few minutes after they stopped the alarm and gave all clear to reenter building. Breakfast was okay.... I think once you experience better you can't go back to basicness.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the issue you had with the room AC unit. I understand your frustrations regarding the fire alarm going off. The hotel staff handled the situation correctly. With the code that set off the alarm, we had to wait for a representative from the fire alarm company to arrive and reset the system. We did everything we could as a hotel to keep the alarm from sounding.

Rooms were small but great check in and friendly staff. Was able to get in before check-in time everything was clean close proximity to airport was the reason we chose this hotel great value for the price

Upon our arrival there was blood stains all over both sets of sheets and comforters! Our family was completely grossed out and shame on Best Western for putting us in harms way. Corporate has yet to respond to our inquiry. Needless to say we are completely appalled.

rooms were worn. Dirty, stained carpeting. Stained curtains. It was run down, and the halls smelt of pot, even though it was a no smoking floor. Need new mattresses. The people at the front desk were friendly, otherwise, not worth staying.

We appreciate your review. All of our rooms have brand new mattresses as of March 2019 and our entire hotel is Non-Smoking. Occasionally we will have problems with a guest that smokes on property and we must ask them to leave however, that is rare. We do apologize your stay did not meet your expectations, we will be completing our renovations later this fall, hopefully you will be able to revisit us and see the completed look of our rooms at that time.

When ever I travel I always search for a Best Western/Plus in the area to stay at. I have a membership and am always able to find good rates. They offer full breakfast and its good. And the facility is always clean, nice comfy beds, and great hospitality.

Stayed at the Best Western the night before a flight and it was perfect. Positively clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. Very convenient to the airport and they provide parking for the duration of your trip at a fraction of the cost of airport parking. Free shuttle to the airport as well. Couldn't have made a better choice.

The breakfast buffet was great. The mattresses are terrible especially on the sofa sleeper. Do not even think about renting a room expecting to use it.My daughters had to get another room at 1:30 am because the sleeper was so bad.

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Service was excellent. We were away from the hustle of Disney traffic but close enough to get to everything in a short time (depending on Orlando traffic!). Breakfast was convenient.

Just a warning if you're looking for a quick place to stay before a cruise, don't go here. We had multiple problems with their employees and location. Where to start.... a broken hair dryer in the room that the desk said they would send someone to fix and never did. The a/c didn't work in the room and they said there was nothing they could do about it. We asked for some towels for the pool when we got out just before 9 pm and the front desk employee chastised us saying we were in the pool after hours when it's clearly posted closes at 10 pm. We had an issue with one of the dryers and we asked for help, we got a response again of “sorry, nothing we can do.” When we want to check out I asked for the manager on duty that was listed, not there and no manager on duty. Val was the only bright spot of that hotel and willing to help in what little she could. I received the owner and managers emails in which I sent them both an email on our experience and still to this day have not heard anything back. Even BW corporate hasn't gotten a response from them. That just shows you how little they care about their customers. As I told them in the email, the exterior of the hotel looks nice but I'm sure you have heard the saying, “You can put lipstick on a pig...” well that sums up this location. Worst Best Western Ever!

Do not book here - these people are littler better than thieves. Last day of vacation, my family's flight got canceled. In the mad scramble that followed I thought it would be smart to book a hotel and chose this location due to proximity to the airport and previous good experiences with other Best Western hotels. Shortly thereafter, myself and my spouse decided that due to no flights being available for at least 2 days, we were going to have to rent a car and drive back home to make it back in time to start work again. This also meant that we were going to have to drive through the night, meaning we would no longer need the hotel room I had booked 15 minutes prior. Now I understand that they have a no cancellation policy within 24 hours of the stay date. But I THOUGHT that due to the extenuating circumstances I might get a break. WRONG. The clerk was rude and did not express any sympathy for our situation. The manager was worse. The Best Western customer service rep was at least sympathetic, but in the end stated there was nothing they could do as it was up to the individual hotel owner to grant the refund. After a few months of contesting the charge through my credit card, I ended up on the hook for the charge even though I never stepped foot in the hotel. I will never stay at a Best Western again and would certainly tell anyone looking at this sham property to beware.

The staff was very friendly, check-in was quick, hotel is modern, beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with good choices and the hotel is about 8 minutes from the airport. I would return to this location when I'm traveling through on vacation again.

Went to check in and the women at the desk had a attitude the whole time I was talking to her. She told me they gave my room away and would be giving me two queen beds. The room had single size beds and smelled like smoke. I called the desk and told her that the room is affecting my allergies and needed a new one. She told me that she would call me back. Waited 30 mins and no call so had to recall the front desk and got a guy. He was nice and told me he would ask her and I heard over the line that she forgot about me. They gave me another room that was nicer but still smelled of smoke. Wouldn't come here due to the smell of smoke.

We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectation. Our rooms have either King or Queen size beds and we do have no smoking policy and do our best to enforce it. We will speak with the associate on duty and use your review for training purposes.

Stayed for one night - hotel is OK apart from being outdated and aircon sounding like an aircraft. Upon checking out, their card machine was ‘broken' so we were asked to pay cash - next day I noticed they had also taken amount from my card - so I called, spoke with the manager who promised to check and email me back - i did this a further THREE times and still have not received any email or refund. I would avoid this hotel if you like your money in your own pocket! Save your cash for a hotel that offers an honest service. Disgraceful.

We engaged this hotel at a premium price from a company called buyreservations, for a one night stay, park and fly. It promised a room for one night and parking for a week with shuttle to and from airport. The room was fine but the air conditioner, and refrigerator made so much noise it was impossible to get a rest. We unplugged the refrigerator. We were told the shuttle departed every 1/2 hour in the reservation but it turned out to be every hour forcing us to get up super early not to catch the plane but to catch the shuttle. The driver dropped off at the opposite end of the terminal from our airline. Upon return it took nearly an hour after calling for pick up before the shuttle arrived. Never again.

Spent 4 days at this motel and was a great experience and the staff was really friendly. The housekeeping was not up to par. Had to wait for towels, room cleaned and when asked to clean the room was told they were off the clock. had horrible experience with housekeeping

We had a free night with Best Western and had to use it or lose it. So we decided to do an overnight getaway in Orlando. We needed an airport hotel due to needing the shuttle service. Well that was about the only amenity that was worthwhile. We are Elite members with Best Western so we have stayed at many BW hotels. This one was definitely "no frills"! Really glad we didn't pay for this stay. We came after check in time and still had to wait 30-45 minutes for our room. Imagine my surprise, when after checking in and getting settled, I just changed and freshened up in bathroom, when another guest opened our door and tried to enter before I let him know I was in there! Thank goodness, I was dressed! They were booked into the same room! He was as surprised as I was! Made me a bit nervous about leaving for dinner! When we returned, our room keys didn't work. They reprogrammed them for the new guests so we had to get that corrected. The room was clean and adequate but very basic. Refrigerator didn't work and very few channels on TV. The bed was comfortable but mattress seemed old. The lobby and pool area looked old and worn. I was surprised with all the competition, that this hotel was not nicer with more amenities. The complimentary breakfast buffet was your typical mid range hotel offering, and was clean. It did appear that everything was clean just nothing special. We have stayed at 2 hotels in the same area from another chain that offered so much more.

After spending a week in Seaside Florida we drove to Orlando to fly home. We spent one night here. It was clean, staff was great, breakfast was great and location was literally 10 to airport. Great choice for what the cost is and includes a good breakfast I would recommend for weekly stay as it is close to shopping outlets and fairly close to Disney.

Took less then 10 minutes to get to airport. Paid a lot more prepaying and booking room then if I were to wait. Room was dirty and smelled of urine. Front desk was quick and nice to have actual queen size beds rather then full.

We stayed here for one night after flying in to MCO. It wasnt meant to be our "destination", which was an oceanside condo, so its hard to give a great review knowing better things were in store. To be fair, this place was OK. We arrived around 10 pm and hungry so we took advantage of the Waffle house located right next door (good stuff btw). Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and appreciated. Staff was friendly. Rooms had been updated but if you looked too close you could see spots that were overlooked. No hot tub. The long mirror in the room could have been hung higher for us taller people. (I'm really not that picky- just somethings that were noticed). Son took advantage of exercise room, came back sweaty, so that must have been ok ! Overall - good for a night but our destination was not Orlando or to be landlocked. I would stay again if I had another late flight.

Stayed at this hotel for one night prior to driving to Fort Lauderdale. We arrived at Orlando International around 6pm, picked up our Rental car and headed to the Hotel which was around a 10 minute drive from the Airport. Check in was efficient and we were in our room within a few minutes. We had reserved a Accessible King room as it was the lowest rate, I asked if we could have a standard king room at check in however none were available. The room was located on the ground floor and was spacious, the bathroom was a wet room and was OK for a single night however I wouldn't have wanted this for a longer stay. The room and bathroom were both clean and everything worked as expected. I would definitely stay here again if I have a similar lay over requirement in the future.

Stayed for one night before our flight out the next morning. Lobby looks nice, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. We had a rental car and there was plenty of parking space. Area felt safe and Orlando International Airport (MCO) was only about 15 minutes drive to the terminals to return the car. Complimentary hot breakfast was appreciated, and evening hot water for tea was a nice touch. Hotel staff were pleasant, and check in and out were quick. Room was relatively sound proof, but what kept us up was the window a/c. Would stay here again when in the area next time.

We had spent several days doing fun things with our grandchildren; our night with just the two of us in your hotel fit the bill perfectly. Glows: The location is close to airport. After a late night flight, this was a superb location with a Waffle House right next store. Small in size so you are note walking forever to car or to get to room. Clean sheets Grows: Our room smelled terrible - like too much air freshener or something. The comment was made by my husband that is smelled like someone trying to coverup sex and cigarettes. Carpet was stained. I didnt want to walk on carpet barefoot, so I didn't. When we entered, we were greeted with a smile and the two gals working the counter we clearly having words about another person (not present) having messed up a reservation that was supposed to have a crib. It then became heated, as in the one gal was getting really worked up over the person that wasn't present's mess up. Apparently this happens with this person often. When my husband went back down twenty minutes later, two that work there at the same counter were having a very heated argument - yelling at each other. I would gather that this may have been the person mentioned above that seems to mess up reservation requests often. Regardless, two employees yelling at each other in the lobby at the check in counter is a less than . delightful experience for an exhausted family traveling to the happiest place on earth. Between this and the smell, we would not recommend this hotel.

Needed a place close to the airport. We had an early morning flight. 8 minutes from the airport. The woman at the front desk was nice enough to tell us that we would need $1.25 in quarters to get through the toll. This was very appreciated. Comfortable bed and room.

Had to be at the airport early and the first shuttle left the Hotel at 5 am which was great. I missed the breakfast included but they gave me a "Grab and Go" bag with water, fruit and food bar. The rooms are adequate with nice mattresses but sparse looking. Location was excellent. Had a Waffle place next door and restaurants and mall only a couple of miles away. Good place to stay before a flight out or arriving late in Orlando.

We had a quick one night stay here in March before heading on a cruise the next day. The rate was decent and was located close to the airport, with a free shuttle service (contracted out by some other company...keep in mind, there might be 5-6 other drop offs at other hotels before getting to this one as this hotel is further out than other airport hotels). We had our cruise shuttle pick us up at the hotel the next day. Room wasn't the greatest...they tried to make it look modern, but the carpet was worn and had random stains on it...we did NOT go barefoot at all unless in bed during this stay. The office chair in the room was ripped, and the floor in the bathroom didn't look the cleanest. I should have taken some photos...however, we were only there for one night so we didn't pay that much attention. If I were here for multiple days, it might have bothered me more. Make note, clean freaks. What disappointed me the most was that the outdoor pool closed at sundown, which was before we arrived to the hotel (around 7:30 PM). Being so early in the night I was looking forward to a relaxing swim, but the hotel staff shot that down. Breakfast was okay, standard hotel fare (pancakes, sausage, terrible eggs, pastry options, cereal, fruit...) Okay coffee. Pretty much what I expect from a free hotel breakfast. Didn't use the WiFi, but the TV channel selection was lacking. Like I said, it was just a one night stay so I didn't care too much, but just trying to be honest. Did the job just fine for an airport stay.

First, our room wasn't ready at 5:30pm - strike one. Then the rooms (we had 3) were damp, felt unclean, and so smelly - strike two. The walls were so thin we could hear everything from the room next to us, and I mean everything. When they used the bathroom it sounded like they were in our bathroom - strike three. The icing on the cake was when I woke up to a dripping sound, just to find out the bathroom ceiling was leaking (toilet water? Bath water? Pipes? No idea.) The entire bathroom was soaked. When we informed the front desk of the leak they just said thanks for letting us know. The vending machines were out of water on every floor and my uncle had to have a cold shower. Safe to say we will never be staying there again.

There was a pipe burst in the hallway ceiling that did result in several rooms experiencing water damage which caused the delay in you receiving your 3pm check-in time and unfortunately a subsequent pipe burst the next night resulted in further water damage that you experienced. Close to airport. Decent breakfast. Very helpful front desk. Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff was ready to help. Great for 1-2 night stay. Highly recommended. Room was spacious; lot better than some other peer hotels in this range.

Room was large and clean with separate sitting area. Staff friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. We were able to check in for our flight out and able to print boarding passes from computer area in lobby.

This hotel is Not in the nicest area, surrounding restaurants are cheap and dirty. The area where the breakfast is served is small and crowded. We were cramped and unable to eat with ours being bumped by other guests every few minutes.

We chose this hotel being on the proximity of Orlando International Airport , after a trip from the Southernmost point of U.S.A .Key West , Everglades and Palm Coast. Also visited Kennedy Space Center from 10:00 to 17:00. We needed a good night sleep to be ready the next day for an early flight. Breakfast time started at 06:30. By 07:00 we were ready to leave for the airport in time to drop off the rental car. Everything went well !

Rooms are musty smelling and are very old and tired looking. Hallways look like an institution.Asked for a late checkout for noon, got it but then housekeeping are knocking on our door at 11. Front desk calls at 11:10 and tells us a shuttle will be there at 11:30. So we were rushed out of the place. Worst Best Western I have ever stayed at!!

This was an incredible stay! We took a group of 23 college students to Peru and we departed from Orlando and stayed here. It was such a smooth, pleasant experience. Excellent hotel when you have to fly out of Orlando before dawn the next morning! Easy to find and staff was very friendly and helpful. No time for breakfast, but we love Best Westerns because they offer it.

This hotel is in desperate need of repair, updating and cleaning. This was the team hotel for a national volleyball tournament so we were stuck staying here. The carpet in my room was stained and filthy, the walls were in desperate need of painting, the towels and sheets were so thin you could practically see through them. My room never got cleaned one of the days we were there. Every team member's family has the same experience I did or worse.

Convenient location, close to international Drive & interstate as well as the airport. Lots of dining options close by on Semoran Blvd. Very close to the Florida Mall. Our room was a queen suite, spacious and quiet on the 4th floor. We stayed for a few nights, breakfast was a good variety but not enough seating when it was busy. There was always hot tea and coffee available downstairs which we appreciated.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. A great place to stay when flying out early in the morning. The free shuttle bus to the airport was an asset. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great. the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service. New hotel feel. The only issue I found in the room was a lack of a towel rack that is so common in Best Westerns. Breakfast was not so great but it's also free so. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience at this facility. The location is great to access Orlando amusements, the employees were generally very nice, and the room was quite adequate - especially for the price. I would stay there again without question.

Close to the airport for a late night arrival. Called for the shuttle and it came quite soon. Property had some updates. We stayed there on our way back as well. Room we had the first stay had a poor tub and the water leaked badly. The night be fore we flew out was better with a new tub.

This is a very average hotel, well-located near the Orlando International airport and for this reason it is convenient. Good price compared to other hotels near the airport. However, I would prefer not to stay here again for several reasons. First of all, the hotel-airport shuttle service was frustrating and disorganized due to sloppy and unreliable front-desk staff. For instance, we waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport upon our arrival. Then on our way back, we reserved space (the night before) on a morning shuttle to the airport and when the shuttle came there was no room for us since our names had not been submitted by the hotel personnel. Secondly, certain front-desk staff were quite unwelcoming and unfriendly. Bad atttude... rude. Made us feel quite uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was basic and lacking in variety. Housekeeping staff work hard and were very pleasant. Overall rating: 2

This is one of Best Westerns lower level properties and is very dated. Hallways smelled like wet towels. Free breakfast was not work the cost. Room was okay but again very dated and in need of proper renovations not the band-aid ones they have implemented.

The location was good... near the airport and many restaurants. The area was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

We arrived to Orando late in the evening after a long flight. We were looking for a close by hotel, clean with breakfast. The BW was ok for us. Very quick check-in with extremely polite and gentle staff. Nice room and breakfast ok. The gym room was little but recently renovated with everything need for a little bit of exercises. We were very happy of our choice.

This Best Western served our purpose to be near the airport, and have a ground floor room. Our room was very quiet, and clean. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of healthy and yummy choices available. The staff was warma and friendly. our 4 day stay was great except for getting a load of clothes washed because the clerk didn't know the time and cost of the machines on the 2nd floor.

We stayed for one night at the start of a week touring the area. We had paid on booking direct with the hotel website. When we arrived at the airport after a long flight We rang the hotel as instructed to arrange the free shuttle. The phone was answered with the greeting "Best Western please hold" after which we were cut off. This happened 3 times. On the 4th attempt I said I wouldn't hold, I wanted to arrange the shuttle. I was told to go outside to a bus stop and that he was really.busy and in the middle of checking 10 guests in. I wonder if he'd have kept me on hold while he did that? My main issue however is that they charged me again for the room, and although they admit their mistake, have not refunded me 11 days later. Also the room was dirty.

Very nice spacious room.Friendly staff. Breakfast was really crowded but the staff kept the food full and the tables clean. They even set up a few tables in the lobby to handle the overflow. Didn't see any amenities stayed for one night before a cruise. Shuttle to hotel from the airport free and quick.

Stayed last minute. Room clean with nice shower. Check in was friendly with a little debating between employees at the front desk. Would stay again and a relative bargain for Orlando. Shuttle starts at 5 and there were 5 groups that came to the airport before that. Maybe shuttle should start earlier.

Front desk was very rude, officious, and generally made sure that we knew that he really had no interest in helping us check in nor in making the interaction pleasant for anyone. The lobby was not busy.

We wamted a hotel that offered free shuttle pick-up from the airport for a 1 night stay before we went on our cruise out of Port Canaveral so we made reservations at the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites. After we picked up our baggage at the airport, we called our hotel and they gave us directions on where to pick up the shuttle. It was less than a 5 minute wait and the shuttle van was there. The ride is shared so there were 2 other couples on the ride. All the hotels were very close to the airport so we arrived at the hotel very quickly. The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded our room to a suite, which was a larger room with a sofa. The hotel is a bit older but seemed well maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the decor was nice. There is an outdoor pool, which we dipped our toe into but it was too cold (it didn't seem heated). I think it would be uncomfortable to swim in unless is was very hot outside. There wasn't a hot tub so we didn't hang out in this area. The area itself is a bit industrial, but for a one night stay it's just fine. There is a Waffle House right beside the hotel, and a Popeye's, Taco Bell, and 7-11 about a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was served in the morning. It was the standard Best Western breakfast with a few hot items, cereal, muffins, yogurt, pancakes, etc. The breakfast area was a bit crowded so we took it up to our room. Checkout was quick and easy, and our Cortrans Shuttle (highly recommend) was right on time to pick us up outside. For anyone looking for a convenient, reasonably priced hotel to stay one night at before cruising, I'd highly recommend.

Great Value, EARLY shuttle! Dont be afraid to try the Waffle House restaurant, NOT fancy, decor-iffy, but food is good value, more than waffles! Hotel was pleasant, clean, comfortable. fyi, shuttle-no beverages! Lower grade than most B-Ws, but price was great and clean. Nice big bathroom! I would like more security--we got food flyers under the door, how about just adding them to front desk? Not walking the halls! We stayed one night for airport. Computer printer available, easy access. Coffee 24hr!

The room smelled like mildew and urine. No room to move to as I called to desk right away. I was told I'd get a partial credit and I got nothing. No even remorse from front when we mentioned at check out. We only stayed 4-5 hours to get sleep and left.

Our room was a bit dated, needed new carpeting, desk chair and another grab bar in the shower. Breakfast was good, different choices for the two morning we had there. Coffee was good and hot. I would recommend it.

Not a bad place to stay for the money. Staff makes strong attempt to make sure guess are taking care of. Down side is older look of rooms & lobby. Parking would be limited if there during the peak season.

We believe in offering a great value to our guests, thank you for noticing our staff, we try to make every effort to make every guest stay as comfortable as possible. Our Summer project is replacing guest room carpet as that is the only remaining item in the guest rooms along with a refresh of the lobby furniture. Parking is generally not an issue since we are an airport hotel, several guest use our free shuttle and parking is usually available. Thank you for your stay and time to review the hotel.

One mile from Orlando Airport and free shuttle to hotel made my choice of this hotel easy! Checked prices for all the other hotels nearby and got a veterans discount so chose this one. The free breakfast(full) was great. At $105 for one night we really scored in Florida. Oh and there is a Waffle House right next door!!

We spent a few hours at this hotel. We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport. We arrived at 10pm and had to leave by 4am for a flight. When we arrived the room was very outdated. The pictures on the website look enhanced based on the color levels on the photos versus what you see when you enter the room. This hotel is very basic. For the price i could have stayed at a nicer hotel near Disney springs. There was a $25 difference between this and The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs hotel but I chose this because it was closer to the airport. Wish I hadn't and just driven the extra 10 min difference. We went to Disney Springs after checking in and I had no desires to return back to the room even though we had an early wake-up. I wanted to stay out as long as possible to decrease the time spent in the room. When we got back to the room at midnight I barely got rest due to the uncomfortable bed and the very loud sound coming from the refrigerator. It gave me a headache. I was happy to get up and out at 4am even though it was less than 4 hours of sleep.

Dear Guest - Our sincere apology for the inconvenience and a less than satisfactory stay. We have brand new mattresses in all our rooms and this was completed in the last quarter of 2018, sorry that the new Serta mattresses were not up to your expectations. We will look into the loud refrigerator and address it for the next guest. The pictures on the website are just how our rooms look like, may be the pictures look slightly different due to the lighting/flash. Every hotel is unique in their own way and it would not be fair to compare a select service hotel like ours to a larger resort who are much more expensive than us. All of us at Best Western thank you for your business.

Stayed here for 5 nights and staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean. Water pressure was low in the shower. Good continental breakfast. Did not use the pool, but looked clean and well maintained. The Signs seems to be damaged, may need to upgrade soon. Best part was the breakfast traffic forecast. Overall enjoyed the stay. Will stay here again if back in town.

I spent one night at this hotel. It has a nice pool. Clean room and decent continental breakfast. The only thing is that there are no quality restaurant close by. If you don't care about eating in a good restaurant and enjoy bfast food. Then this is good spot. Free shuttle and the driver is very nice. Sorry I didn't get his name. Overnight staff very friendly.

In our stays at Best Western hotels, we have consistently received above-average accommodations and amenities. The B-W Airport Inns and Suites near Orlando Airport was conveniently located and excelled ours expectations! We drove from Tampa and had family arriving from New York and California for a week at Disney world. Front desk supervisor Alex Proano, proved an excellent representative and was very helpful in promptly arranging our check-in and the logistics to/from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, amenities OK and the hot/cold breakfast plentiful. Both the breakfast and parking are free.

Vicky was amazing she was so sweet and kind and she helped us so much. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Orlando.the room was so clean and big!!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know that will come to Orlando!

Good option for staying around Orlando airport. Only closeby restaurant looks to be Waffle House or Popeyes so it was okay for our 1 night stay. Shuttle service was prompt. Hotel staff were efficient and nice. Hotel is a bit old but all items functional and clean.

I selected this hotel because of the attractive price. However, I will return to this hotel because of the customer care I received at the front desk, on the shuttle, in the breakfast area daily. In particular, Alex at the front desk was remarkable in his courtesy and efficiency. He is able to check in a large number of guests efficiently without losing the human touch. Great value, well maintained property, courteous helpful staff. I'll be back at this hotel in March of 2019. Thanks

Clerk who checked us in was very helpful, and upgraded us to a suite. Good sense of humor, and very professional. Room was clean and spacious. Only problem was the hot water didn't get above lukewarm, and I had been ill and was looking forward to a hot shower in the morning. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

This hotel was very nice and convenient. Speedy pick up from hotel, check in and check out. Would definitely recommend staying here! The location of the hotel is probably not for people who wont be using a car and arriving at night. Area was good but there weren't a lot, but there were a few resturants/stores in walking distance.

This hotel has a great airport location. It is modern and has a lovely pool area. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff is friendly. I feel that the linens (sheets and blankets) need to be replaced. They have seen better days. The room is clean and everything else is well maintained.

Rang for the shuttle which is free and arrived in under 10 mins to hotel, nice staff, lovely very large room, very clean, hot breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, etc tea/coffee, muffins, etc, all on take away plates but really nice and plenty of it.

Stayed here overnight after coming off plane to drive down to Fort Lauderdale the next day. The room was clean, a good size, comfortable bed and a good size flat screen TV. The hotel has hot drinks available in the dining area and there are restaurants nearby, it does not have a bar of its own. The hotel was quiet even though it is close to the airport and offers a shuttle.There is also a pool. The hotel offers a free breakfast and this was good value - they were even able to find some gluten free food for my wife. Happy to stay again, convenient for the airport.

Stayed there 1 night on our way our way to St Kitts. Room was okay. A little stinky. No hot water. Then 1 night on our way back from St Kitts. At first they gave us a handicapped room. Was so bad I requested another room. Moved to another room that was dirty and smelled really bad. Sorry don't like to complain but no one should have to sleep in these rooms even if the price is good!

I agree, no one should have to sleep in a room like that even if it is inexpensive and I assure you, from this point on, no one will. You have my promise on that. We stayed at this hotel as we had a very early flight the next morning. The receptionist suggested we drop off our rental car the night before which we did and were picked up by the free shuttle. This made the 5 am departure less stressful and the shuttle dropped us off at departures. We received a ‘grab and go' breakfast bag with water, apples and granola bars. The room was adequate for a one night stay and had all the basics. It was clean and quiet considering it was so close to the airport. (About 10 min). We would stay here again for quick access to the airport.

Arrived at 9PM w/o reservation. Only suites were still available but the price offered was still excellent. One of the reasons I stay with BW is the inclusion of breakfast. The breakfast was perhaps the best BW breakfast I've had.

They bait and switch you. We reserved a king bed room and walked into a 2 double room. I went to the front and explained that the room was not what we reserved and was told, "no that's the room you requested". I pulled out my confirmation email and showed him the "1 King", to which I was told "oh, so we upgraded you at no additional fee, you're checking in before the check-in time so we don't have any king rooms clean yet". I offered to come back in a couple hours at the official check in time so we could get our King room and he then confessed "well, we don't actually have any king beds available, but we did upgrade you" to which I stated that in no way is a double bed an upgrade over a king bed but he insisted very strongly that it was an upgrade. The mattresses were very hard and had a dip in the center enough that my wife kept falling to the middle of the bed. There are enough other options out there I would avoid having to deal with this one.

A few good things and several problems with this motel. Starting with the good: the breakfast, common areas and certain aspects of our room was fine. The sink, toilet and carpet looked relatively new. The bad: even checking in at almost 5 pm a king room which we had reserved was not ready and we were given a room with 2 queens. The front desk was typically manned by one person who had to handle guests coming and going and answer the phone. As you would expect,there was a significant wait. As the pictures show, there was an unacceptable level of wear and tear on some furniture and around the baseboards and around doors. Our friends room had raw sewage emerge from their sink. They demanded and received a different room. We had to have maintenance fix out tub faucet because it would not shut off. It still would shut off after maintenance was finished but it was better than before. Bottom line: this property sorely needs more renovation.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Orlando (MCO) airport area. It's about 3 miles from the terminal proper, but there is a free hotel shuttle (the stop is located on the lower level of the airport off to the far left bays). The hotel is in great shape and the room is on a par with what I would pay $150-200 a night in say, Atlanta. The staff were also excellent too. KEEP IT UP!

I stayed here for one night after a cruise. The staff is excellent from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerks to housekeeping and breakfast crew. All very helpful and room was very comfortable and a great value!

We booked this motel 1 day prior and 1 day after our cruise. I think I made the right choice as it had everything I needed. Large room, large bath area, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfast, nice clean pool and free airport shuttle service. I was also able to book a shuttle to the Port Canaveral cruise terminal through the motel also. The staff we had was phenomenal! One I remember is Miguel who really was very helpful in a problem I encountered through the cruise shuttle service. All in all I would recommend this motel. Nice affordable motel.

I did visit this property fornthe convenience of the shuttle to Airport, they were great, since the customer service of the front desk, breakfast the the Best!!!! I did received a call from the Manager Juliana, to check if all was up to my standards, Wow!!! I will definitely come back and refer to allmy co workers and friends!

This Best western is extremely well maintained and the staff are most accommodating. We had a decent size room which came with small fridge, small safe and microwave. The king bed and pillows were perfect and we both had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious although the tub did not accommodate too much sharing. There is an exercise room - although the 15k race on Saturday and the 10k on Sunday in Orlando meant we had the all the exertion that we needed. Second floor had a self service laundry... washer dryer and soap dispenser - ideal for those who are there for a couple days.The pool area in the evening was quite heavily used - not particularly attractive because of the high privacy fence and the complete absence of any decor makes it quite unappealing. In spite of the proximity to MCO the shuttle is a shared service and is not 24 hour and is run more like a bus service. Breakfast was plentiful. i really enjoyed the peppers and onion scrambled eggs. The dining area is fairly small, relative to the size of the hotel and can become quite congested. For the purpose of this visit, 10k at Festival Park the location and price were ideal. Not sure that i would use it for a "park and fly" unless the flights were (non red-eye) and were within operating hours of the shuttle.

Having a Best Western Rewards card, I often find myself at this chain. I was surprised at the size of my sweet. Although I did not eat breakfast, I applaud how in the elevator was an advisory of high traffic based on the time one shows up. It's nice to see some honesty. (even if it's not what you may want to hear) When flying out of MCO, I plan to stay at the airport location of this Best Western.

1st upon arrival I called the hotel for the offered shuttle. I was told the shuttle was not available. Upon checking in the man gave us a handicap room that had not been cleaned. The front desk moved us to another room where the air conditioner shut of every 5 mins making a loud thump noise. Upon checking out of the hotel i was told once again the shuttle was not available and would not be available to after 9:15 am. If i could have made a last min move to another hotel I would have. I say save your money and stay at days inn or another cheap hotel. The quailty was about the same.

We elected to stay at the Best Western Airport Inn because we had a pre-dawn departure out of the Orlando Airport and from our house it's a two hour drive to Orlando. After shopping carefully on [our favorite third-party website] the Best Western was selected because the listing there stated that a 24-hour airport shuttle was available. We really needed to arrive at the airport about 4:30 a.m. Upon check in, we discovered the shuttle only begins operating at 5 o'clock a.m. daily. The desk manager showed me the Best Western site listing which clearly delineates that the FRONT DESK is 24 hours and the shuttle is from 5 a.m. onwards. Nevertheless, the shuttle driver did deliver us to the airport by 5:20 a.m. and we made our 7 a.m. departure, so all's well that ends well. I have heard from others it is difficult to locate a hotel near the Orlando McCoy Airport that really does offer a 24-hour shuttle ... but I think it's a little unfair to be muddling this detail on the third-party travel web sites. Since we made it to our flight, I will go on to say that the hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and served our needs. Although we had no chance of participating in the complimentary breakfast, they have a policy of packing a "to go" breakfast for the early departees, which I thought was a nice touch. In the future, if I have a flight departing Orlando at or after 8:30 a.m. I would consider staying here again.

We stayed here for just one night. It is conveniently close to the airport (and it's possible to get to the airport without using the toll road) and has an airport shuttle. The hotel has been nice renovated so it has a modern look and feel and has enough convenient outlets for electronics. What I like best? The restaurant next door, but that's another review. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The included breakfast was pretty good; I like the chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, and muffins. Be aware that the airport shuttles are not easily identifiable; one had nothing more than a one foot square logo among a bunch of others.

Ease of booking, location close to the airport for a 1 night overnight stay as we where in transit the next morning. Free shuttle, just use the courtesy phones in the terminal. Clean room, could do with better lighting though. And a 24hr breakfast. Apart from that, it did the job for what we needed. Thank you.

We decided to stay near the airport the night before flying out of Orlando. The hotel check in was very easy. There was a new gentlemen working the front desk, who told me this was his first week at this hotel. He was very friendly and made the check in easy. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the room was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We left before breakfast, so not able to give a review on breakfast.

Stayed here for a few nights recently and had a decent stay. Was able to check in a bit early which was nice as we had been traveling all day. The lady though at check in was a bit oversharing with details and seemed a little unhappy with her job? The housekeeping people didn't offer greetings at all as we passed by, not even a hello which seemed a bit unfriendly. Breakfast was ok, very busy though everytime we went. The hot food items didn't really switch up much which was a bit disappointing. There is a automatic pancake making machine which is pretty neat. You can definately tell you are near the airport as we were able to hear the planes fly by, especially at night time.

Super Satisfied with Alex Proano attention. Such educated gentlemen and courtesy manners. He promptly attend me with a smile even dough late night and customers in front of me. Near by restaurants and convenience stores. Room with two beds, fit perfectly 4 people. Great accommodation and Ac working full force.

I had two rooms. Both had the same nice decor and amenities. However one had an extremely small bathroom. If I had been any bigger, I wouldn't have been able to close the door. It was a tight squeeze.

We loved the property. It is centrally located and not too far from the cruise port. The staff is wonderful and helpful with concise directions. As usual the room was clean and the breakfast was convenient and the servers were friendly. 2 miles from a large gas station and a little more to a large Target store to shop for those things left at home.

Just not enough wash clothes for all their guest and the 5 days i was there the bed linen was not changed the staff was very pleasant and tried to accomadate their guest jus did not have the items to do so

I checked in on July 8th to this hotel. I am a member of this BW hotel. Every BW hotels that I have been to always take BW membership but this hotel didn't take my membership. The man at the front desk told me since I booked it through the third party they cannot take my BW membership, it doesn't matter whether I booked it through third party or not, usually BW always take and welcome their member. So what's the point of having a poster at the front desk saying “ask us about BW membership “ and “welcome to our loyal member” if this hotel will not honor BW member????? I am totally disappointed. Other than that, everything else was ok that's why I will not come back to this hotel. Poor service and poor management.

Yes it's a best western but here is one that is managed well. Clean, breakfast area filled and kept up with a busy morning. Noticed our status and given up grade and some bonus snacks. Nice touch. Kudos to owner and staff.

Very friendly staff. The room was nice and I liked the extra sitting area. Centrally located with lots of eating places close by. It's not far from Disney or universal. The only thing I didn't like is the crazy drivers. The cabs were fine, but I sure wouldn't want to drive myself.

I booked a three night stay at this hotel due to construction being done in my home. I arrived and was told they had my paper reservation, but no credit card information was on it, and that he would have to bill me for the stay. I tried to explain to him that I had already been charged to my bank and didn't want to be billed twice. The manager was very condescending, and wouldn't listen to me, just kept talking over me and saying, if I would just let him explain, but then would tell me again he had to bill me for the hotel stay. I gave up trying to talk to him, realizing he wasn't going to listen to me, and he seemed annoyed that I had used a third party. I talked to the customer service at priceline, they called the manager and talked to him and called me back, I was sitting in my car, I wanted to be away from that horrible manager. The representative from Priceline said he would let me out of the hotel stay and refunded me all my money back, and even she had to agree that the manager was rude. Per there policy, I had to wait 24 hours for a refund, and since I had no money to get another hotel, I had to sleep in my car the first night. I chose Best Western for previous experience staying at Cocoa Beach, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like a VIP. This was such a contrast, I was literally in tears over how I was treated, and would not set foot in that hotel again if it was free. I was so excited about havingg a King Suite and a Waffle House right next door, which I love, then it all turned around on me because of a rude manager. I don't know the reason for his unprofessional and rude behavior, but I can't understand why Best Western would have this sort of person representing their brand in such a negative way. I would like to be able to like this brand again, but I don't see how.

The hotel staff where great, the place is clean, continental breakfast was good, location not far from airport , our only compliant is the hotel should change the pillows. They are very uncomfortable.

Although only in my room five hours the service at the front desk was super! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. 5:00am shuttle to the airport was prompt and the driver friendly and attentive. After a fifteen hour drive from Texas-Orlando yesterday; our daughter starts her Disney College Program tomorrow morning, I'm exhausted but Best Western was there when I needed them most... The hotel was excellent, as usual with the best western brand. The staff was great and the hotel was very confortable and clean. The room was clean and very confortable, the internet was excellent as well. The breakfast was really good.

Great hotel. Great service and the standard of the rooms was top dollar. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was always friendly. They didn't´t speak much english, but all trough a great stay.

We picked this for a quick overnight in Orlando that offered breakfast and an airport shuttle. Once arriving at baggage claim, the shuttle arrived just 20 min later. It filled up quickly but they called another and a second shuttle arrived just 10 min later which was fine. All airport shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. Note the shuttle is shared between a few hotels but they are all in close proximity of eachother. The staff at check in were also very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, recently updated and bed was fine. Rooms had fridges which was appreciated. We did not have a car so we appreciated that a Waffle House was right next door for later night dinner. We have smaller children and it was pouring so we weren't going far. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best continentals I've ever had- eggs, bacon, pancake machine (which the kids loved), corned beef hash, hash browns, and all of the usual fruit/yogurt/cereal/oatmeal options. It was awesome! The airport shuttle kindly took me back to the airport for my rental car and the kids enjoyed the pool intthe am. I think if you need a night or two, this is a great option!

The staff was very friendly and helped me with directions! The building inside and out was very clean! Complimentary breakfast and internet is a plus! I stayed at another hotel last time I went on a business trip and it was much more expensive and not as nearly as nice as the Best Western! I will use Best Western again in the future!

As a BW Gold Club member we assumed we would be given NICE room. Not so. Barely enough room to get around the bed,no desk or desk chair,dirty carpet,carpet peeling around the AC unit,wall under AC unit was loose,scratches on wall from chair rubbing,(got pics),musty. We will be telling our friends and family about our experience with this hotel. Rest assured after useing our points we will NOT be staying at another BW!!

Stayed one night close to the airport after a long flight. It was good to be greeted by a friendly face at reception quite late at night. Had a very nice room at a good rate. The breakfast was very good and set us up for a long drive. Would definitely stay again.

We pre-booked our stay through Travelocity, and pre-paid for our stay the night we flew in to Orlando, and for the night before we flew out of Orlando. Being a Best Western loyalty member, I was confident that the property would be acceptable, and I was correct. The room was clean, which is important, HOWEVER, the staff, all of them, were horribly rude. I called ahead of time to get instructions on how to get the shuttle, since we arriving pretty late at night. I was told not to bother them now, and to call when I got my bags. I asked to add my rewards number, and I was told I had to do that when I got there, because she was too busy to talk to me. Okay... So we got there, finally got the shuttle, and made it to the hotel after 11PM. I was told that because I booked through a 3rd party, that my rewards number was no good there. Okay... We dumped our stuff in our room, and told the front desk we were going to go across the street to the Marathon gas station for supplies, and we left. The Marathon station was closed, and they were laughing at us as we came back empty handed. We asked if there was anywhere else close by, and they told us no. We went next door to the Waffle House, and they sent us about 2 blocks down the street to a 7-11. When we were leaving on the 1st, we tried to check in 10 minutes early, and you would have thought that I asked the man to stay in his personal home. I yelled at me, and told me that we couldn't check in until 2, and that we needed to leave and come back later. We'd been traveling all day, and just wanted to sit down by the pool and relax, but we were told we couldn't stay and wait for a room. We had to leave, so I ended up finding another property. If I could give it a zero rating I would.

Stayed here after a long flight from the UK via Atlanta. Picked up by hotel transport and taken to hotel very well. Returned in thre morning to collect our hire car. Great nights sleep and an excellent breakfast in the morning.

The owners of this Best Western also own the Days Inn across the street. I am staying across the street at the Days Inn. I called well in advance of my stay to ask if Days Inn had a luggage scale. The clerk said no, but I may use the exercise room scale at the Best Western across the street. I called the Best Western to confirm I could use the scale. Before checking into Days Inn, I went to weigh my luggage at Best Western. The Front Desk Supervisor, Alex, told me he was concerned using the scale to weigh luggage might damage the scale. I asked him to check with the manager, and he said he was the manager on duty. He offered to check with maintenance, which Alex did, and maintenance said they were concerned about damage to the scale. I asked for a ride across the street to Days Inn. When Alex explained to George, the shuttle driver, that I needed a ride to Days Inn because I had unsuccessfully tried to weigh my baggage, George grabbed his personal bag, and kindly weighed, and double checked the weight of my bags. Nicely done George. ???????????

We stayed 3 nights here! Was very nice for the price! Had an all you can eat buffet breakfast that was pretty good! Great location too!! With in minutes of Universal Studios and Sea World or shopping centers and places to eat. Highly recommend!

This is a decent hotel to spend a night when going to or from MCO. My family stayed here and it was easy and convenient. it's not the nicest hotel, but not bad either -- as you would expect from a Best Western near the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. My favorite part about my stay was the complimentary breakfast. We had a good hearty meal before leaving. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was plenty and good. Plenty of choices. Shuttle was hit and miss for our party of 3 families, 1 had no issues, the other 2 shuttle took forever to arrive and the drivers seemed confused as to who to pickup and hotel location. They share a shuttle with other local hotels, so the issue may be with the drivers that company sends. Room was comfortable and quieter than most hotels and great arepas across the street for dinner or a Waffle house next door. Front desk was very friendly and addressed shuttle issue well.

Checked in to room with running water in tub that was not repaired during the next two days after reporting problem. Breakfast had bad coffee and no room to sit down. Had to turn off fridge because the noise kept us up at night. Not a good experience.

Very nice room and staff. It would be nice to have 24 hour coffee and water available for refreshment. The room was clean and comfortable, but housekeeping did not leave a coffee carafe for us to brew our own coffee. The coffee in the foyer was only available during certain hours and we left before breakfast hours.

Is a very nice motel. Friendly staff and prompt service. Rooms are nice. The lady behind the check in counter was very friendly and helpful. She helped us by calling a taxi for us for the next morning when we needed to be to the airport by 4:30AM. I would recommending this Best Western if you are looking for friendliness, cleanliness and all around good service. The only thing we missed is it didn't have a bar and lounge which would of been nice.

Stayed here for one night and it was perfect for our requirements. Once we found the phone to call the hotel the shuttle was with us in about 10 minutes. Reception was very friendly and informative and our room was of a good size and clean. It was quieter than expected and we had a good sleep. The next morning the lovely lady on reception pulled out all the stops to get us on an earlier shuttle which was much appreciated. Excellent service! We were expecting a cold breakfast but we're delighted to see sausages, bacon, eggs and my boys were particularly fascinated and excited by the pancake machine! Delicious!

We flew into Orlando airport late and this was great stop. The hotel was clean and people that checked us in were great. The breakfast was good. Our teenage kids came down for breakfast around 9 and it was so busy that they didn't eat. There was a very long line that they didn't want to stand in. Possibly make the breakfast area bigger.

Clean and welcoming , from check in to check out . Front desk a man named Felix makes you comfortable from the minute I walked and informative . I definitely stay again close to airport and great food delivery choice especially the Chinese ,great

I stayed there two nights, one night at the beginning of my trip and one night at the end. The first night, a weeknight, the hotel was very quiet and my room was clean. The only problem I had was that my luggage was to be delivered by the airlines, and we agreed that the staff would let me know as soon as it arrived, no matter how late. But when my luggage arrived the hotel staff did not call me, and my luggage sat at the front desk all night. The second night I stayed was a weekend. The hotel has no soundproofing whatsoever, and many guests had their doors propped open and were actively partying with their neighbors. Hotel guests were talking and laughing loudly late into the night--2 and 3am. Absolutely miserable. There was no attempt by the staff to quiet unruly guests. I had a "do not disturb" sign hanging on my door but at 9am someone knocked on my door and said they were "here for the toilet." No notification from the front desk, no call to my room. The man wasn't wearing a uniform and offered no identification. I didn't let him in. Also my bathroom and bathtub were filthy with encrusted dirt and mold. The elevator floors were filthy and there were rolls of toilet paper lying on the floor in the elevator. The hotel had a very unpleasant odor. I felt this hotel was highly overpriced for what you actually received. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

rooms were clean, breakfast was questionable most of the fruit were not ripe bacon was under cooked,some of the staff eat breakfast as well, not to sure if this was ok or not all were talking spanish looked like staff was to many at breakfast..

Clean rooms just remodeled and closest to the airport. This was what we wanted and it was a good place prior to leaving very early the next morning. less than 10 minutes to airport so that works really well.

We stayed 1 night before leaving on a Disney cruise. Hotel was very clean and shuttle service worked out great. Alex at the front desk was very nice an accommodating. Breakfast the next morning is a nice perk too.

The best option we've experienced for a one-night stay when catching an early flight out of MCO the following day. Clean and convenient, lots of space, relatively quiet. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool, fitness center or free breakfast. But well worth it for our purpose.

Good for one night before flying out in the morning, but not for prolonged stay. The proximity to the airport is the best reason for staying there. But with five floors of guests morning breakfast was a huge hassle. The breakfast room isn't large enough and not laid out well. You had to squeeze all the way across the room to get a plate before you can even get any food. The staff had trouble getting in to replenish items. The toaster barely got the bread warm. And yeow, the coffee was too hot to drink! We weren't the only ones adding ice water to make it drinkable. We weren't exactly comfortable in our room either. The sheets felt coarse and the pillows were rock solid. We unplugged the mini fridge when we discovered that it was the source of a constant high pitch whine. And though we tried to get the A/C unit to run the fan constantly to get some air flow, it kept defaulting to straight A/C and would shut down when not cooling. I expected better from Best Western.

Great customer service! Would highly recommend. Only 10 min away from the airport. Will stay again for sure!! Alex at the front desk was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Easy access to public transport which is a 2 min walk from the hotel!

Arrived early, so we got a referral for a breakfast restaurant and headed out. We didn't actually check in then, but just to say we were in town. We ended up going to Flagler and Daytona Beaches. So, as a result it was fairly late when we did check in. Surprise! They upgraded our room to a suite. We had nice big clean room, great shower and comfiest beds in a long time. They have a hot breakfast, including a pancake making machine that was a real novelty for everyone. Clean dining area with attentive staff so no running out of anything. If you want convenience for flying out the next day, this place it it. With our experience, we would stay here again. The area is not as convenient for tourist areas, but it worked for us.

Am a Rewards member so stayed here the day before our planned cruise. A nice, friendly place to stay, but not really close to many eating places unless you have a car. I don't care for the ugly lighting in the bathroom, and some of the other lamps in the room. There is a Waffle House right next door with limited menu, but very friendly nice service.

Clean average. Older hotel that has had most of the updates. Our bathroom could have used some more attention. It was clean but the shower curtain was rattie looking(the curtain had many ribs in the upper part of it) and the tub had major orange rust stains around the drain. The hotel clerk that checked us in, Felix, was very pleasant to check in with despite his confusion of booking us in the wrong room at first. He fixed his mistake and even went the extra for all the inconvenience and gave us a gift bag with water and snacks. Much appreciated. The breakfast room was very tight and a little chaotic when we went with the layout and size of the room. But average hotel breakfast otherwise.

We booked this hotel for 1 night before our cruise; we chose it because it had a free airport shuttle and was reasonably priced for our party of 5. Our room was nice and clean and once we figured out how to set the a/c it was quite comfortable. We called for shuttle service when we collected our luggage and only had to wait about 15 minutes for it to arrive. This shuttle is shared between several hotels and we didn't find that it was 'labeled' as well as it could be. The shuttle itself looked in rough condition but the driver was very pleasant and helped with all our bags. The hot/cold continental breakfast was delicious with enough options to satisfy everyone in our group. It was open from 6:30-9:30. There isn't too much located around the hotel for eating options. After a long day of traveling we were content with the Waffle House that's located right next door.

The place is very decent for the price. The shuttle from the airport was great, they gave us detailed instructions on where to catch the shuttle and we had no problem finding it. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices.

We flew into Orlando, stayed one night, and then left on a cruise the next day. Because our flight was supposed to arrive at 11:30 PM, I called ahead to confirm the shuttle time between the airport and the hotel. I was told the shuttle ended at 12:45 AM. Unfortunately our flight arrived late at 12:30 AM. I immediately called the hotel, and they said the shuttle was at the airport, and to call them back when we have our luggage. We got our luggage, called them back, only to hear that the shuttle had left. Strike one. We took a taxi to the hotel after arguing with the belligerent taxi drivers who insisted there is a shuttle to the Best Western. Check in was quick and the desk clerk was very nice. Sign on the wall said the shuttle ran until 1:00 AM. Room was just ok. The hotel has definitely seen better days, and was worn down. Breakfast in the morning is until 9:30 AM, and was ok. I just had juice and toast. It was pretty basic. Bottom line is that we got what we paid for (except for the shuttle). Price was fairly cheap so I had low expectations.

Stayed here in January 2018 for one night pre-cruise. Free airport shuttle, and it picked us up within 20 minutes. Staff was very nice but we came in late (10pm-11pm) and there was only one person working with lots of customers, so it took very long to check in. Bedroom with 2 queens was nice and spacious. We wanted something to eat though, and although they said fast food was walking distance, it's in a dark area and we weren't comfortable walking late at night. Tried the large gas station across the street for some sandwiches but it was closed. Free hot breakfast was pretty good. Overall an OK stay.

Picking up from airport is problematic called at 3:15 and they got there at 4. Only go to airport on the hour. As to Orlando Airport, it must have been designed by a drunk or on drugs. If you want training as a rat in a maze this is the place for your training. Not a good experience.

Like I said. The hotel was okay. The building, rooms, and pool were very dated and run down from what I had thought a Best Western was. I know my review is very old but I've been using trip advisor a lot concerning an upcoming trip to New Orleans. The one HUGE plus about this hotel was I had arrived around noon time, I had just driven about 2.5 hours to get there. And was told he had a room ready for me. That definitely makes up for a room I was really only in for about 5-6 hours to sleep after Wrestlemania.

Don't be fooled by the pictures! the hotel is dated and stinks of stale smoke. the hallway was uninviting with the baseboards on the walls missing. The ice machine was broken and the bed was only a full size (I measured it). The room was small and has a musty smell.

When we arrived (finally after having omitted to keep right on the last run up!) we found a clean basic hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean with enough toiletries to enable us only to have to fish out our toothbrushes and toothpaste. There were clean towels and a hairdryer. Coffee making facilities were welcome too. At reception there were lists of restaurants and also home delivery takeaways. A few people had ordered Dominoes pizzas. We took a short walk up the road to a Taco Bell. Despite only being 15 minutes drive from Orlando airport we were not disturbed by noise and slept well in comfortable beds. It was great for what we needed. Would use it again.

I called for the shuttle from the airport and it took forever for it to come. Check in was fast and friendly. My floor was being re-modelled but it wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and pretty clean if you didn't look behind the doors or in corners. The shower was nice and hot but very weak water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. There was a small area to make coffee and had a microwave and sink. The desk was adequate to work on and there were enough power outlets. My room faced the road and it was quiet. Wi Fi worked very well. Breakfast was a good selection with an attendant on hand but there were so many people in such a small area it was really cramped. At check out there was no desk clerk to get a final receipt. The shuttle bus driver was rude and very unfriendly but I realise that it is a shared bus, not just for the Best Western. There is an outdoor pool and appeared to be ample parking. Right next door is a Waffle House. If I am just passing thru for a night I would stay here again.

On the floor we stayed at it looked like that had started changing the carpet in the corridor but not finished it. It made the entire place look very... hmmm... cheap... Breakfast was OK though for being an complimentary American breakfast, since they tend to be quite lousy, but this one was OK.

I booked the room thru AAA club.paid $98.00 it was terrible.I got there early they let me check in.I told them I needed a ride to airport and a wake up call 4am well first of all I got no sleep there were people out by the pool drinking all night.then no wake up call.I went to the lobby at 4:15 am gave my key told him to check my room to see what was going on.he told people to leave the pool area.the beds were hard and squeak.there was a lizard in bathroom.the area was not safe.I went to waffle house next door was scared.when I left in the am bus was late.I was the first one down to wait.then a group of people came down wanted to get in van to airport.I said no I was first so they had to wait for next van.

Just a stop over to get on plane. We walked to get dinner and area seemed sketchy. Our room smelled of cigarettes and was very noisy. Pool was closed to weather ( just chilly). Breakfast is free but there was no fruit and the line up was huge. There was no where to sit so we ate in our room.

I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle, and I am a BW Reeards member. The shuttle took 90 minutes from when I called (they'd told me 30 minutes). It took way to long to check in (3rd in line, and the receptionist kept answering the phone instead of checking us all in). The entire hotel needs to be updated. The tub was patched, discolored, and the faucet appeared to be falling apart (the water wouldn't turn off). The breakfast was good, but the breakfast staff were rude. When we wanted to check out, no one was present. Thankfully, they shuttle to the airport was in time and efficient.

Very convenient to the airport and located directly next to the Waffle House. Clean and great rates. Free airport shuttle. Check in was friendly and check out was quick. Make sure you request the shuttle a little earlier than you think as things can get busy at Orlando airport area

Great hotel perfect for our pre-cruise stay. Clean with breakfast included and free transfer to and from airport! Only problem were the half-sized pillows on the bed. I have never experienced such a small pillow and they were uncomfortable.

My stay at the best western was very pleasant and the accommodation were great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was hot and plenty to choose from. The trip to the airport was great and the driver went out of his way to explain how I would get in touch with them on my return trip since I have a second reservation at the same hotel

We chose this BW hotel because it was in the area of the airport, as we were flying home to the Bahamas the next morning. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to walk very far to get something to eat, it was just next door. Super!!

Our stay here began with the airport shuttle taking twice as long to arrive as we were told to expect. Our request for a late checkout that was made months prior to our trip was not noted on our reservation and was not granted at checkin. Bathroom lighting was very poor, tub had several cracks and did not drain well and baseboards were missing from the bathroom. I would not recommend this location. Location was great and breakfast was nice. Transportation back to the airport the next day was much smoother.

We stayed here because our travel agent booked this for us as part of our vacation package. We stayed there Dec 1 prior to our cruise and then again last night Dec 9 before flying home this morning. It says on their website free airport shuttle...BEWARE...when we arrived I called and called the hotel for pick up and it just rang and rang. Finally, Felix answered the phone and said the shuttle would arrive in 15-20 minutes to pick us up. What a joke, from starting to call to getting to the hotel which is literally 10 minutes away, it was over 1 1/2 hours. We had 8 young children and it was very difficult to keep them entertained. When we got to the hotel, Felix was the only person at the desk and it was insanely busy. Phone continued to ring and I could see why I had to call so many times to get him to answer. After we checked back in yesterday, we told Felix we needed the airport shuttle at 4 am this morning. He said it didn't start service until 5am. The sign says it is available upon request 5am-1am. Nowhere on their website does it say that, only at the hotel. He said he has requested prior to 5 and the 3rd party company will not accommodate any guests outside those times. I told him they needed to change that on their website. He said it was a corporate problem and I could contact the manager. Our family immediately went into action arranging for Uber to transport 14 of us with all our luggage for a 4am transport. When I came down with some luggage at 3:55am the shuttle was parked in front of the door, I got excited thinking Felix had some luck arranging them for us. Miguel said he was only picking up the request sheet for the day. I asked if he could have them take us since the airport is a 10 minute ride and the shuttle was right there. He said no we were on the 5am request so I started to tell him the whole story and he just kept interrupting me so I asked him to shut up and listen to me. He starting screaming at me, using some very bad language to leave the hotel. Luckily Uber came, we had to pay for three different drivers to get us all to the airport. It was a horrible end to a fabulous week. I hope Best Western will change the information on this website so other travelers aren't mislead and they will staff the desk with more than one person when they are full. By the way, I will be calling the manager for the way I was treated by Miguel and calling our travel agent so they will take this Best Western off their list. Their are tons of other hotels in the immediate area...book one of them.

It started with the shuttle that picked us up from the airport. The shuttle picks up for several hotels. We dropped other people off at other hotels before getting to the best western. When we got out of the shuttle with baby in hand, the baby's carry on suitcase was no where to be found. Leaving me with the baby in the lobby of the hotel, my husband had to go and retrace steps with the shuttle driver. An hour later they returned. The driver had given our bag to another couple and it was finally found at the clarion hotel. The front desk keeper charged a rate higher than we contracted on line. My husband had to sort this out when he returned. We finally went up to our room. There were cigarette burn holes on the comforter. The room was totally run down and dirty carpets. We brought this to their attention. They offered us a suite upgrade. Again the room is run down. This room smelled so much like cat urine it was gross. But with no other options we had to make it work. I couldn't wait for morning to arrive. What a terrible start to a cruise vacation. The whole experience was unacceptable. Don't stay here.

Traveling by motorcycle. I stayed here in January 2017 and noticed there is a storage facility next door where I could park my bike so I stayed again in November. The shuttle to the airport made everything very convenient. The only downside is that there are not very many choices for restaurants nearby. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice.

I was very disappointed in our stay here. I had come to rely on the Best Western name to ensure good service and comfortable accommodations. The woman at the counter did the least amount possible when checking us in. She kept disappearing into the back room to look at her phone and was totally disinterested in answering questions about the best way to get to the restaurant or helping me get online to check in for our flight. The hallway wa dirty outside our room and it looked like all the molding was stripped from the walls. Our fridge was making a high humming sound. When I called down to the office to report it and ask what to do, the phone rang for a very long time. When it was finally answered, the call was cut off before I could finish my first sentence. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff was more helpful in the morning.

A well equipped hotel that is close to the Orlando airport. It is an older hotel that has had a superficial renovation. It is fully featured, including a large outdoor swimming pool and a small workout room. The wifi service is a bit slow. The largest shortfall is that there a few dining options within walking distance of the hotel. They offer a free, hourly shuttle service to the airport - an excellent feature.

This hotel was a great find. It is 7 minutes to and from Airport, Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the free breakfast buffet was great :) . I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends !!!

Nice room...had couch and desk..as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, lots of hot items...eggs, sausage, hash browns, plus the usual cold items..cereal, bread, yogurt. Good location, near airport..reliable shuttle.

My room was clean but the bed isn't very comfortable and the room needs updating. Alex at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. He was multitasking when I checked in but didn't make me feel like he was trying to rush me.

BW is consistently great. clean rooms and comfortable beds. nice breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed while in Kingsbay, Georgia visiting our son and his family while stationed on the Naval Base and Philadelphia the night before a flight. Always pleased with our experience.

Only stayed one night as it was to aid in an early departure from nearby Orlando airport. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It appeared to be brand new...maybe it is? Or maybe I just was lucky with a newly refurbished room. Anyway everything was new, clean, fresh and fairly stylish. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and room furnishings new and very clean. Air-con not too noisy. Close to Florida mall as well. Easy check-in. Didn't get to sample the breakfast but I always appreciate a hotel making the effort to include a breakfast in their room rate. TV seemed not to work at first but just needed like 30 seconds to warm up?! The free parking is another huge plus. For the price paid I was very happy and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great; 5 min from airport and 5 min from Florida Mall. Our bathroom was totally unlike most Best Western Hotels. The baseboard looked like it had mold, a sink counter base that appeared to be an old table, and you had to huddle in the corner of the tub to get wet in the shower.

Not a super value for the price, but convenient to the airport and clean. You'll hear your neighbors and their doors slamming. Do not drink the coffee at breakfast, yuck. The fitness room is a joke. Basically a closet with a treadmill.

This Best Western is just plain terrible. In need of a serious refurbishing. Felix messed up our bill, room was dirty, hard to get in and out with a screwed up exact change toll leaving. The breakfast was ok but $93 is too much to charge for this place. Won't be staying here again.

The hotel was dated, run down and not at all comfortable. Not a good BW that I am used to, made reservation at one price then at check in was charged a different amount and was told it was a Extra hotel fee for Orlando. I would think This should have been in my reservation price so I don't understand Extra charge. This doesn't sit right with Me. Actually the hotel rate was way to High for the quality of the hotel.

The room is a good if you are just passing by and need a place to stay, clean enough to sleep and take a shower. Wouldn't use for a longer stay, specially if you have kids. The television was not working and when called the front desk, they say just wiggle the cable that is why probably there is no signal. Good thing I am a reader.

First shuttle at 5 am was perfect for 6:45am flight! Room was clean and quiet. Check in/out met expectations. 24 hr Waffle House next door meant steak and eggs for dinner but was good! Only issue 5am coffee was not fresh!

Nice place to stay. The staff is helpful, courteous and friendly. Airport Shuttle is a big plus. Breakfast is average. The lobby is pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not use the free wifi but I am sure that is a plus for many visitors.

This hotel was excellent place to stay prior to my departure from Orlando international airport the next day. Had extremely friendly staff rooms clean bed was very comfortable it also had a shuttle to the airport which was very important to me. My wife and I found a nice little tavern a block away that had cold beer and you could bring in Popeyes Louisiana chicken meal from next-door. Great little pub.

We had to go to Orlando a day early, and this hotel checked all the boxes for our one night stay. Got a god deal calling the hotel directly. They provided-Transportation from the airport, free hot breakfast, a room to accomodate 4 with 2 queens and a pull out bed, outdoor pool, comfortable waiting area and lounge, within walking distance of many restaurants, and free internet. We really enjoy the Best Western for our family stays.

The water was off due to a leak and they didn't tell any of the customers. When I complained to the desk lady she said now you know how I feel. She was very rude about it. Manager was a little more helpful

Besides my previous comments, shuttle to airport (reason I booked there) did not start until 5AM which made me have to catch a taxi for 6AM flight.....defeating purpose. It also just runs on the hour.

As stated in the title, a hotel to rest after a long flight before your holiday begins! Approximately 6 miles from airport. Large clean room, that's it! You would have to drive to get a decent restaurant or bar, no bar or restaurant on site, so drinking is out of the question. Breakfast in the morning was adequate.

We stayed overnight at the Best Western Airport Inn after our airline moved our flight a day. We arrived at the airport about three hours before check-in and called Alec, who was working the front desk. He had a shuttle bus at the airport to pick us up within minutes. When we arrived at the hotel, he had a room waiting so we could check in early. We were shocked, especially since the hotel was sold out the night before. The room was clean and nice working order. The next morning he had the shuttle bus back at the hotel at exactly 6 a.m. to take us back to the airport. They were so good to work with and really helped us out after our plane was postponed.

We arrived to two ladies of the night walking out through the lobby. The pull out sofa bed was bad enough that we opted for sleeping on the floor instead. If it is just adults in need of a place to sleep before catching a flight it might be okay.

We waited on shuttle for an hour both days. Then night clerk didn't have us and another customer down for 0700 return to airport. The same thing happened to us 2 years ago. Hotel it's self is nice if your not depending on their transportation.

My family was transiting Orlando and the Best Western Airport & Inn offered a Park and Fly package that was very convenient for our travels. On both occasions for our stays, the rooms were comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed including free hot breakfast, internet and a shuttle service to/from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful with check in / out processes and we had no issues. We will stay at this Best Western when our needs arise.

Airport pickup went to wrong terminal. It was very hot and muggy. Waited half an hour then took a taxi. Front desk lost our reservation but found it after I presented our paper confirmation. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to pay for bottled water when other hotels have offered it free. Won't stay here again.

The stay was not bad, sleep was good, the food was not bad if you stood with the basics for breakfast. No extra perks but a good stay if your going to the theme parks and looking for place to sleep. A Good place for the price.

I asked the hotel group central reservation desk two days before we arrived if there was an airport shuttle transfer to the hotel. They failed to respond until a week after our visit. We then contacted the hotel direct from the airport for their shuttle and it took over and hour to arrive. Good welcome from the Reception staff at the hotel once we got there. Room fridge was noisy and clanging so I turned it off. Air con had a bad hum to it so I turned it off. Ice machine on the corridor banged several times through the night. Breakfast was adequate for this quality of hotel. Won't be staying here again though

You get what you pay for. Rooms are old but clean. Typical & standard Best Western breakfast. Airco is very noisy and might need an upgrade. Friendly staff, reception smelled bit like air refreshener.

Booked 2 nights wished I had stayed for the remainder of trip ( 3 more days). Staff great. Room very comfortable. Shuttle took a little longer than usual but still reliable arriving at airport Would stay again. No heavy expectations on tipping front. Still using plastic plastic plastic. What a waste. Dining room gentleman was exceptionly pleasant

This hotel is fine.I found the staff helpful to our needs and the room not smelly.It was fine for us four.Some improvements around could have been done better however the star rating is acceptable Brekkie was simple however adequate.The outside pool is ok however not inviting enough for us. One thing I would like to mention is the free shuttle to the Airport at MCO. You need to make sure you book this in advance.There is a free phone service at the airport alongside the shuttle/taxi pickups so make sure you have the hotels number and email address.It's about $18 if you don't book in advance.Same on your return get it booked.They turn up in a semi big coach/bus. Our booking was paid in advance.Was surprised to see that another payment of $57.46 had been taken and I did email the hotel a few days ago and have yet to get a reply or the money back. I have today emailed their Head Office arm in the UK and still await a reply. The booking agent has eventually contacted them to be advised I will be refunded shortly.Disappointing to not have had it dealt with the first email.So check your statements

Good hotel close to the airport and ideal for overnight stay when getting off an evening flight. Room was large and comfortable and included a kitchenette. Breakfast was good but the eating area is quite small and could do with more space for tables.

Stayed overnight to depart for a cruise and highly recommend this place! The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. The front desk coordinator, Neda, made me feel so comfortable, she was warm and friendly and provided great service. I checked in early and wasn't sure if I would get a room but she gave me an upgrade to fit me in! All the staff was knowledgeable about the area, the breakfast was good, and the stay was comfortable! The location is close to the Orlando airport (about 10 min ride or less with free shuttle - but you have to call to schedule from the airport) and is less than 15 mins from international drive where there are shops and great restaurants. Would definitely return and highly recommend!!

This hotel has great staff and breakfast. The continental breakfast is very good. They accommodate your every need and it is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Orlando area. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here. I have family up in Orlando and I visit quite often and every time that I go to Orlando I always reserve with this hotel.

We were staying in Orlando for two nights initially before flying elsewhere, with a view to visiting Universal. We needed somewhere that wasn't too expensive in a taxi to universal ($15 with Lyft), provided free shuttles, a pool, free breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Not too much to ask!! This hotel ticked every box. On arrival at MCO we telephoned the hotel and we were directed to a pick up space. The shuttle driver picked us up fairly quickly. We were checked in by Alex who is quite possibly the rudest most abrupt man I've ever encountered. One example of this was when I asked about wifi. He said I've already told you, he hadn't. He then started huffing and puffing and shouted at me to check my key card wallet. there was a tiny bit of paper in there which there is no way we would have seen. What a rude, arrogant "man". The hotel need to sort it as others have complained too. Our room was nice and clean, the aircon wasn't particularly effective but it didn't spoil our stay. The bathroom was definitely in need of an update but that's just an observation not a complaint. We had a coffee maker, frIdge and a microwave in our room too. The 24 hour gym was sufficient for our needs with free water available. The pool is open until 10pm and was a great hit with our little one. The floor we stayed on had an ice machine, vending machine and laundry facilities. On our first evening we walked a few minutes past the Waffle House to Wendy's for a quick meal. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel but if you are looking for something more refined you will need a taxi. There is a 7/11 close by for any essentials. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of hot and cold food. The pancakes were fab. This hotel is an ideal base for a couple of nights, if they re-train Alex in customer service it would get more stars.

Very nice Hotel for the Location, Location was awesome able to get around easy. Room was very nice and quiet, King size bed was awesome!! Free Breakfast was good, nice way to start the morning off. Price was for the quality of the room was good, I Recommend this Hotel!!!

Starting with check in Mr. Alex Proan made me feel that my business was truly appreciated. I'm a Gold Elite member and have never been treated this appreciated by Best Western. First a welcome sign with my name on it was on the front desk and then he upgraded me to one of their best rooms. The room was large, nicely appointed and very clean. Everyone I came in contact with were smiling and helpful. The BW is located near the airport and has a shuttle. I would highly recommend stay at this best Western.

It was a great experience staying in this best western I highly recommend it. My family and definitely would stay there again. I also liked that everything was very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel...few areas has water leaks. Very stingy on towels. Great Price!! We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights...23 family members in 5 rooms...located nice area right close to the highway...immense parking...nice swimming pool Overall great experience

Good clean, basic airport hotel, a bit lacking in amenities such as bar & restaurant but there are plenty of options nearby. I knew this before booking hence why they get a 5 overall. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are functional & a bit dated but very clean. The pool is not that large but has a privacy fence and was a great place to entertain the kids for a couple of hours. I would happily use again

Just a one night stay and chosen particularly for the free airport shuttle from MCO and we did get a great rate. Large King Room nicely furnished and clean and tidy. The free breakfast perfectly fine with good options but breakfast area a little crazy. Suggest an early trip down as most stayers are loading up pre theme parks try pre 8am.?Business centre in reception for printing boarding passes etc Overall we'd definitely stay again. Walkable dining options limited (Waffle House next door) but plenty towards the Florida Mall which we understood to be 2 miles away.

Great best western, very clean, hotel staff was wonderful... maid service was on spot, I asked for a few extra items and they were left in my room. Never heard 1 noise during the night, had pool view. even though I'm not a breakfast eater, its was very nice and looked good, coffee was great though. parking was fine, no problems, very close to restaurants and other stores, will definitely stay there again! loved watching the little night time kitty visitors outback! :) only about 10 miles to all theme parks, and for the first time they had put a flyer out on the front desk welcoming me to this hotel as a best western rewards guest ( no other best western ever did this) I was impressed!!!!

Small rooms and the Edges need clean better, we needed to change the room , because it was smelling pretty bad the carpet! Good breakfast and staff! The price is close to the others good hotels. I don't come back

Location is good in view of arriving MCO lately at night and staying for a few hours before coming back to MCO for transfer in the next morning. Free shuttle bus turned up at MCO in a few minutes after calling the hotel front desk for pick up at 12:00 midnight. Surprisingly, driver charged me $10 (not for free) for shuttle bus from BW to MCO in the next morning. I felt puzzled wondering I was being scammed by the driver.

Check in was smooth. No issues or problems. Staff was friendly and courteous. We've stayed at Best Westerns before. The only thing that was different was their breakfast time. Usually it is from 7-10am. Just so you know, this hotel has it from 6:30-9:30am.

Staff knew me upon arrival and made sure I was aware of any large venues coming up so I could plan my day accordingly. Always greeted me when they were not assisting another guest and made sure my stay was going well.

We stayed here for a night before our flight to Cancun. The room was clean and better than we expected. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and very professional. The free breakfast was beyond what we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel with no frills that's close to the airport then this hotel will be fine. But there is absolutely nothing special about it. It is not at all pretty or luxurious, but it will fit your basic needs. It is relatively clean

For an Airport Hotel this is above average for me. Along with the usual free airport transfer we got a clean room, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and hot buffet breakfast. Also has a pool and good Wi-Fi all at a good price.

Check the amenities before you book a room, you may NOT need the suite, the suite is not worth the extra cost. Late check-in was the primary reason for choosing this location, which was great for us, as we checked in about 2:00am.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is close to all major attractions. Very well kept and the staff were very professional and nice. Breakfast was excellent . Shuttle service was great and timely. Highly recommend

Nice exterior. Great breakfast selection and the women who prepares the breakfast was very kind and hardworking most of the staff was friendly and rooms looked nice. Was expecting a little more for the amount of the room.

Come and stay here. Wawa near by, Waffle House, Wendy's and Taco Bell . I love this place . I had no issues what so ever. Staff was extremely friendly. And attentive. I also got in the pool. It was clean unlike other hotels

Close to the airport but very quiet. Efficient shuttle service both for incoming and outgoing guests. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff made my stay very pleasant. Will definitely book this hotel again if my business brings me back to the area.

Good Place to stay. I would stay there and recommend friends and family. Late night Parking is Hard to find, I parked by the front entrance and staff was fine with that. It close to the airport. Carry lots of Quarters for the Toll road to be used.

This stay is better than expected! I heard the Best Western brand quite awhile but never try once. We arrive late the Orlando airport, that's why we need a place to stay before enjoy the rest of Orlando. The room is big enough for 4 adults also the shower room. Comfy bed which suitable for 2 adults. The breakfast is so much better than expected. Wi-Fi connection is awesome. Hope to come back here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel looked very nice. The staff was kind and helpful at all times. The breakfast was wonderful. My fiancee and I stayed there at the end of a long and stressful weekend and we felt totally relaxed.

Breakfast was adequate - bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, yogurt, pastries, coffee. Front desk very friendly. Good value overall, but room / carpets were very outdated. Had trouble with my Asthma. Bathrooms looked like they were recently remodeled.

Poor is an understatement to how the guy on the reception treated his staff members. Before I could check in with my luggage, the man who seemed to be in charge, Alex spoke to his staff in such a way that made me regret ever making a stay with this hotel. By the time he finished yelling rude remarks he looked at me and asked for my identification with a horrible attitude. he then threw it back to me on the counter, and after I went with my key and luggage to my room it wasn't like the pictures at all, overused towels just filthy, completely unsanitary. There was mold in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty with stains. It was terrible. The only great services were the free WiFi and the breakfast. Worst place. Highly do NOT recommend.

Nearly Missed our Plane They didn't give us our wake up call. We stayed at 3 Best Westerns on this trip and have come to love Best Western as a go to, but the lady at check in did not set the wake up call and we were running late. All the other Best Westerns we stayed at were less expensive and far nicer overall. This one was not horrible but just average.

We felt the hotel is over priced for what you get. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Towels looked like they were left over. Not stacked properly. Breakfast area way to small. The property is well used. Not one of our most pleasant stays.

We stayed an overnight stay at this location. First off pick-up shuttle was a bit of a hassle (especially after a long day's flight). However once we checked into the hotel, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok & off we went to our cruise ship the next morning. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights on business May 03-06. Originally we were only booked for 1 night. Shuttle service to/from the airport was very good, but you have to make the arrangements and the shuttle goes on the hour. Our room was comfortable and quiet on the 3rd floor, but the ice machine was out of order....a little more walking to do, not a deal-breaker for us. I was sad that the pool was not open due to re-surfacing, but again we were there more for business. I would like to acknowledge from the front desk: Marlene , Nada and Alex....they took care of us very well and were helpful with advice and local information.Thank-you ! Breakfast was sufficient as a start to the day. We would stay again when in the area.

At least five light bulbs burnt out. No towels racks on walls. Uncaring staff. Dismissive. Faucet in bathtub had steady flow of water coming out of it. Their water bill must be horrible. I feel I got ripped off even at their 'bargain' price.

Only stayed one night. The room was was clean and the wifi worked. The staff at the front desk were ok and the pool was not opened. We had to leave before breakfast so we got a "grab n go", what a JOKE. A bottle of water, a granola bar and an apple that was picked last year. TERRIBLE, I'ld rather have a muffin from yesterday's breakfast and a bottle of juice instead of water. Why bother???

My husband has a bad back and is handicapped needing accessibility in the bathroom. However, the tub had a built in shower seat but the handle for the shower head was not long enough to shower, he said the edges of the tub were rounded making it difficult to be steady when standing. He also complained the bed was very hard and he had difficulty sleeping.

This is an average hotel with a high volume of people passing through. Like the title says, lobby is uninviting, be aware of no seating, feels like emergency room, cold and outdated. Rooms are ok, but pillows are bulky and out of shape. Staff is accommodating but reserved, no perks. Breakfast is typical to Best Western, yogurt, packaged scramble eggs, bagels, muffins, good coffee, overall very good choices, check out lady working Sunday,not impressive, If you are staying one night it is ok but for a longer stay I would not recommend.

Very impressed with my 3 day stay at Best Western. The hotel was very clean, very accommodating (even had delivery menus at the front desk if you asked), the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was beautiful, easy to shuttle to and from the airport (roughly 10 minutes or less and the staff will tell you everything you need to know), I was even impressed with the soaps and shampoos! The made my stay SUPER easy and I was able to relax. You can even get change (if needed for tolls or what not) from the front desk and there is a waffle house right next door to walk to but i recommend the hotel breakfast for free! If ever in the area again, I'll definitely be staying here as the rates were incredible too!

Very happy with this hotel. I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. It was modern and clean. The free hot breakfast was a bonus, however it was mediocre at best. I would suggest you stick with toast and coffee.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 overnight since we had a 6am flight. Checked in with 4 people and 5 suitcases (all at once in the lobby together where we were all greeted and provided with trolley for our luggage). Was informed that we couldn't take complimentary shuttle to airport as service isn't offered until 5am but was offered to have a cab arranged for 4am pickup. The cab arrived and the cabbie informed us that his trunk didn't open and he couldn't take us. The Best Western clerk said they always use that cab company but they don't offer vans. Why was that cab company even called if the clerk knew a van wouldn't be sent when he could see how much luggage we had?! Another cab was called and arrived at 4:30am. By the time we made it through airport security our plane was boarding and we nearly missed our flight. On top of all that the pool was filthy (wouldn't let our kids swim in it), the pillows were throw-pillow size and the room was nothing special- a hole in 1 wall, chipped paint etc. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights pre-cruise. Arrived at the airport at 9pm, complimentary shuttle took about 25 minutes to arrive. Check in was fast and simple. We stayed in Room 518. Room was standard and clean. Bathtub had a little bit of rust and could have been updated. Maids where very efficient in cleaning the rooms and spent a lot of time doing so. The breakfast was standard and good. Sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. Seating was limited but we didn't have a problem, same as any hotel with free breakfast. People just need to be courteous and not linger around the tables when they are finished reading magazines or surfing their phone. Pool area is ok, could use an upgrade. Laundry facilities on-site. There are a lot of fast food restaurants within 10 minute walk. Waffle house, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Burger King, McDonalds, Wawas, Popeyes. Not a whole lot to do around the hotel without having a vehicle or taking cab or bus. We took the bus (Bus 42 or 111 for $2) just outside the hotel to the Florida Mall. Took like 7 minutes to get there. Lots of shops in the mall. There is a target and dollar tree near the mall as well. For $95 CDN/nt can't complain with the hotel and would use them again for future pre-cruising.

We stayed here on our way to our cruise. The furnishings in the room had seen there better day. The ice machine on our floor was not working and had mold growing on it. The paint and wallpaper were peeling off the walls. The ceilings had brown spots from were water had leaked. The neighborhood has lost its sense of pride. The buildings are run down and there were bars on the windows of several places around there. The breakfast "buffet" looked disgusting. There was very little choice. We drove a few minutes down the road and found a Dunken Donuts for our two little ones.

We booked this hotel for the last night of our vacation, it was a huge disappointment! When we checked in, everything looked ok and the staff were all very friendly, but once we got to our room it smelled terrible, and was very dingy! We thought oh well, we will just spend our time at the pool! It was worse!!! The pool was so gross that our son wouldn't even swim in it. The beds were uncomfortable and it was very noisy which kept us up most of the night. We booked it for the convenience and free shuttle to the airport, but we didn't even get that because our flight left too early and the shuttle didn't go as early as we needed to leave...

Hotel was a good value for the convince of staying near the airport to get taken to the Port the next morning. However, the service to get picked up at the airport was terrible. I called the hotel twice before leaving home to find out about how to get picked up.. They said no problem just call us. I called and not answer for over 20 minutes. Called 5 times Got through once and was put on hold then disconnected After another 5 minutes got an answer and was told to go to area #3 200 yards away. They should have told me their area when I called before leaving home They said just go outside and we will get you. Another coupe we talked with at hotel had same problem.

Asked for ajointing rooms even called several time including the night before and still didn't get. The door to the suite was about to fall of. But our room was comfy and clean. I have stayed at this location (in the tower) and love it. Even though they messed up our rooms this time I will be back, great location just wish they had shuttle service

This hotel has a great modern look, clean, friendly staff at front desk! Very welcoming! Our room was neat and tidy, included a microwave that was nice and clean, the king bed was large and inviting with a nice stack of pillows. We stayed post spring break my son went in the pool, which is not heated this time of year, though also clean, he did get in and splash around. Breakfast was filled with a wide variety of foods, the woman in charge kept a great pace with the people pouring in. Easy check out. It was a great stay and fair price!

Been to this location a couple of times, both to start off our vacation when arriving on a late flight, and as a comfortable last night stay near the airport. Free WiFi & hot breakfast are added bonuses. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Pool is a bit small, and only gets sun between 10am & 3pm....but again, its an added bonus to just kick back in. Great staff, free airport shuttle and 10 minutes to a Target & Walmart, for those last minute items. Best bang for your buck.

An overpriced best western stay... terrible beds, and an average complimentary breakfast. Would not stay here again. Pay the extra 30$ for a better hotel! Only convenient thing was free shuttle from the airport even though we waited over 30 minutes for it to arrive!

I found the rooms to be quite basic yet modern clean and comfortable. The toilet/shower room was very tiny and difficult to move around in. The airport shuttle can be a bit unpredictable and the breakfast is quite average. However that been said for an airport hotel it met the standard required and even had a pool which was nice. The only other downfall is that even though the hotel is a budget one, I wouldn't expect to be told I have to come down to get more towels for my room myself. If a few nights in a budget hotel is what you want it's perfectly acceptable

So the shuttle was late the hotel told us he was there and he wasn't. Waited 45 more minutes. The rooms are dark to the point of feeling dingy. The elevator buttons on the fourth floor barely work you've gotta wiggle the button as you push. Thankfully we're only here for the night. Only positive is a 24 hour waffle house next door.

Our rooms in this property were in good condition. The hallway didn't have any carpet, so I felt like I was walking down a service corridor. We stayed here to catch a 6am flight the next morning - but were disappointed to learn that the shuttle didn't start until 5am. Overall, it is a fine place to stay for one night.

I have been to many Best westerns and in general they are all improved. I liked the room here, but we were looking for a nice pool. The pool is in the parking lot basically, next to the building. All the furniture has torn coverings, it looks like no one has taken care of it in years.

We were here for Wrestlemania weekend, so we weren't in our room much. Breakfast was OK. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice, the beds were comfortable. I recommend renting a car if you're staying here though. There's not much in the way of food unless you want to go to the Waffle House which is literally right next door. There is a Popeyes about a 5 minute walk from the hotel but not much else. It's probably a 15 minute drive to downtown and I-Drive.

work out area was terrible. they had no electronics working. from the elevator tor our room 317 had a strong urine odor which was much annoying. other tan than that it was a great stay. would have liked a waffle maker instead of the pancake maker

I really liked how the room was so nice. Loved the bed! It was perfect to stay the night before we left for airport. This location was really easy to locate and easy to get on the interstate for our early flight. The internet service was excellent. That is a must in our books. Enjoyed our stay!

This was a quick overnight stay so much wasn't required.. clean bed in a safe please. The hotel provided both of those needs. I was also needed something the with a airport shuttle (check). The shuttle only runs on the hour and that's because the do stop at two other hotels before going to airport (so keep in mind). My tub really needed to be redone befor to room be rented out again. Breakfast was included however husband doesn't eat pork so it was Very limited for him.

Great airport location. Free shuttle to and from airport. Very modern hotel with awesome staff. Very reasonable rate for the airport market. Breakfast was nice. Florida Mall was only few miles away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place for a quick stay. The staff are lovely and efficient. Breakfast is hot if you enjoy that or there is a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. There was also coffee maker in my room which was great. My room was spotless and so were the towels and bathtub in the bathroom. The shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. The pool looked inviting and the location of the hotel is superb! Definitely recommend it for a few days if you're traveling to and from the airport.

This hotel is closer Airport which is very convenient.The hotel is very clean,rooms are comfortable.The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Hot breakfast with choices,eggs,bacon,sausages,bagels,pastries,pancake etc and most important 24-hour coffee.Good size outdoor pool,unfortunately, didn't get an opportunity to use it due to the weather.free airport transfer is a great convenience.All and all it was a great stay.we will definitely stay there again.

Exiting this hotel on to McCoy Blvd. is dangerous - if you are turning left. The AC unit in our room was quite noisy - and could not be used during the night. The refrigerator made a loud humming/whining noise all night. Room was very clean and spacious (a suite). Breakfast room is VERY small with not enough room for all the guests.

We just missed the free airport shuttle (runs until 12:45am) as our flight was delayed. Taxi ride under $20. Warm welcome from reception. Handy room on the ground floor was quiet, clean and seemed very modern.

The proximity of this hotel to the Orlando International Airport is a great plus for fliers. Shuttle service and Fly and Park offered It has a nice pool. The interior is spic and span and the hot breakfast was excellent.The lady tending us kept everything up to par

Staff does as well s they can with horrible resources. The hotel is tired and worn out. Best advice: tear it down and rebuild it. Great location but the hotel has run it's course. The pool area was in shambles that could have been remedied by staff picking up cushions and putting them back on the lounge chairs. The cushions themselves were filthy and should be replaced. Stool ran constantly (not noisy but running) and was not repaired during the three days of our stay. The hotel only furnished one wash cloth per room because they didn't have enough to go around. Staff said they were on order but had not yet been received. All in all, the stay was a bad experience for us.

Stained bed. Broken stuff. The rooms were outdated. The staff was kind, but agreed with this place going down hill. Nothing worked. Ice machine, printer, water tank in fitness room. I can believe the price was 104/night. Its not worth 25/night. Very scary!!!

tho i gave this an average it's good for 1 nights after our flight from the uk, i did look to change it after reading some negative reviews but i'm glad i didn't it was only $67 for the night and was perfectly acceptable for that money. they offer breakfast too, i only had toast which i was quite happy with. if you want more frills and fancy decor then pay twice as much.

The hotel is just right for the price and there is provision for complimentary breakfast. Its location is not too far from the airport and other tourist attractions in Orlando. The free airport shuttle is a plus.

Best Hotel in Orlando for the economical price that I do not see at a premium hotel in Orlando in my experience,. Great stay. The desk staff were very welcoming and took time to wnsure my cimfirt was being looked after. Directions and places I wanted to go were given clearly and made it easy my getting around town, Bed was excellkent and the room spotless. No problems . Coffee maker in room ,made good cup of coffee.

I choose this hotel because of an early flight and they offer a shuttle service to the airport. The price was very reasonable, staff was very friendly and the decor was pleasant. My only complaint is with the breakfast. I understand when breakfast is included it is not going to be amazing but this was actually quite nasty. The eggs did not taste like eggs and the meat was lunch meat not breakfast meat. But other than that it really is a nice hotel. Just remember to book your airport shuttle the night before so that you are not scrambling for a ride in the morning.

When we booked our flights to Orlando the agent suggested this as a handy overnight stop over near the airport. This would enable us to have a good nights sleep before returning to the airport to pick our hire car the following morning. We'll sort of. Although the hotel provides a frequent shuttle service from the airport it was a twenty minute drive away. It is situated in a sort of "industrial estate" along with several other chain hotels. If you fancy a nightcap before you go to bed in a local bar, forget it the nearest is two miles away. And if you want a bite to eat I really can't recommend the Waffle House next door. As for the hotel the room it was fine, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were small and rather useless. The room was clean but a bit tired. The free breakfast offered both hot and cold options and a bonus. The staff were helpful but the phrase "airport inn" is a bit misleading. Overall okay but not what we wanted.

Hotel is cheap and cheerful, rooms are good size and clean, very much in frills but free shuttle to airport was very handy. Cant comment on breakfast as we didn't eat any. Would stay here again if needing a one night stop near the airport

While the lobby is strangely stark and uninviting, that is the only negative thing I have to say....This was a great surprise for a great price...No reservations on recommending this facility...efficient, no nonsense...super close to the airport...that's what I was looking for.

Very clean room with space to move around in and nice decor. The staff was professional and polite and the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. I enjoyed the atmosphere and had a nice stay. I would stay here again if I visit Orlando soon.

Stayed here 1 night before flying out the next morning. Room was clean and in good shape, looks to have been remodeled recently. The front desk staff both when we checked in and the next morning were very friendly. Used the shuttle to and from airport, was quick, convenient and left on time. Waited 15-20 minutes when coming back after calling for ride. I'd stay here again and avoid airport parking. Being dropped off right out front was so fast and easy!

It was perfect especially for the price. I would absolutely stay here again! Highly satisfied.. Took my kids and mom on a last min get away, booked a few hours before our arrival. Kids loved it. Pool was on the small side, but everything else was wonderful. Thank you best western and trip advisor!!!

Bring your own water. Heavily chlorinated. The rest of the stay was very nice. It is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle starting at 6 a.m. The breakfast was good and a nice variety. Coffee was somewhat weak.

It was Clean and Basic, and a bit old fashioned. There was Free Wifi with good connection. Free buffet style breakfast. There was a swimming pool, which our room looked out over. All in all a good stop off for the night before or after a flight. The reason I have voted this 3, is purely the fact the rooms could do with a bit of modernization.

The location was where I wanted to be but the quality was not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel in any way shape or form. Not what you would expect from Best Western. Very disappointed.

Clean comfortable rooms look like they have recently been updated. Surprised they didn't have a LED clock in the room as I like to be able to see the time in the dark. Easy ride to Orlando airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good , but breakfast room is a little small for the size of the hotel. A little hard to find entrance on very busy McCroy Rd. Look to turn in at the Waffle house next door. Would definitely recommend.

Whenever we fly out of Orlando Intl. Airport (MCO) we stay at the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites. It is a good value, close to the airport, provides free airport shuttle service, you can leave your car at the hotel while you are gone (for a small fee) and very convenient to many restaurants in the local area. They also offer free buffet breakfast.

If you need to be at the airport early in the morning than this is the spot. The location is perfect and they offer free shuttle ride to MCO. The internet is fast. There is a Waffle House right next door. I got a Hotwire deal for $76 total. They just finished renovating this place and looks great. They just need new dryers on the second floor. I had three items in the dryer that wasn't dry after a full cycle that cost $2.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is close to the airport even though we weren't needing a place that close on this night in particular. Our overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel.

The cleanness and quietness of hotel room are satisfactory. The staff are friendly and professional, very helpful. The shower head doesn't give out much water, and the refrigerator is noisy. Breakfast is decent.

I only stayed one night (thank goodness). For the price there were several other alternatives I could have chosen and wish I did. So I have stayed in countless airport hotels and this one was deceptive. The check-in area and spacious rooms have been upgraded. The elevators had not. There is no restaurant and the gym had only broken machines. These machines should just be thrown out as I spent a lot of time trying to make them work. There isn't snack food to purchase. I won't be able to try the hot breakfast as I leave in the morning before it starts. I give the check-in staff member a 2 out of 10 for friendliness and support. I usually give airport hotels some leeway but this one I would avoid and try another one for sure. It's about 4 miles from the airport.

Was better than what I expected nice spacious traveling with party of four. Plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Real good location so access to highway and restaurants are really close. Would definitely recommend to others also Disney and the parks are within 15-20 minutes away. Also good location to go to beach as well is less than an hour away.

I am a platinum member of Best Western Rewards. On this trip I stayed at 4 best westerns in Florida, Alabama & Mississippi. This was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Some of the hotels I paid for and some I used by rewards points. This one was a complete waste of my points. I've stayed in better 3 star hotels in third world counties. I was given a room stuck in the far corner of the 4th floor. I requested a roll away bed for my son, since they didnt have rooms for points with two beds. Result: no extra bed. They gave me a welcome bag since I was platinum which contained a bottle of water, a snack bar and unpopped popcorn bag. The only way to keep the water cold was to set it on the air conditioning, and I guess I pop the corn with my BUTT, because there was neither a refrigerator nor a microwave. The room was sparse- Looked 3rd world. Bed was crappy. Wouldnt recommend this hotel, especially using points which were earned with months of being a paying customer. I feel like I should have points re-deposited to my account-

The hotel was not awful, I did enjoy that I felt safe. But it does need some sprucing up! The carpets in the hallways were not attractive and the shower was very unattractive. I would have even paid a little extra for a better-looking shower. Also, the carpet in our room did have a slight odor. I would recommend this hotel maybe for a one day stay but not for multiple. The staff was friendly but there was an angry customer in the lobby when we arrived screaming that the clerk was being rude etc. But he was nice to us. I just feel that with all the beautiful things Orlando has to offer this hotel could offer somewhat more. I could have stayed somewhere a little nicer for 10-20$ more I wish now that I would have done so.

We stayed 2 nights and thought it was a really nice place. Shuttle was efficient and the reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and all in all good value. I would stay again without a doubt. This isn't a 5 star hotel but clean and friendly and met our needs.

Very nice service, very clean and very good breakfast. I spent 2 nights in here and it real lets me feel relax, it also near the Universal Studios and Disney around 15 and 30 minute, respectively. If you take a flight from Orlando international airport, I think here is your best choose for short vacation.

We got a half-price deal which was a good thing because this hotel was not worth the listed price of $119. Okay for a quick overnight. Bed was a little lumpy; had to request a coffee packet for the morning; shower did not shut off completely when running water from the tub faucet; tub water didn't drain completely; hotel information binder was mostly empty with no local restaurant information.

Nice place before flying home. Clean room and a ok breakfast free. If you rented a car off property this is right down the street from those lots, very convenient. The pool was nice and so was all the staff we dealt with

Easy to get to and pretty good area. Easy to get to airport or surrounding area. Not as busy of an area like most of Orlando but still has easy access to major roadways and area attractions. Has quick places to eat near by and staff is pleasant to see.

We were in Orlando the night before our disney stay. This place was pretty convenient and reasonable for checking in at 9pm and leaving first thing in the morning. It served the purpose but glad we weren't there longer

We stayed at this hotel while returning home from Orlando following our cruise. We booked last minute and were very surprised with the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel. The hotel had a free shuttle at the time and was quite close to a number of restaurants. Great location and accommodations for a short stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had stayed at another chain nearby and decided to use points to stay for one night before our flight back home. The hotel rooms are renovated and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I wish I would have known how nice this hotel was before and we would have spent our vacation week here! Also, the breakfast was great! I would highly recommend for the person watching their budget who does want to compromise on comfort and cleanliness. The only possible drawback I can think of is that restaurants are about a five-minute drive away, which really was not a big deal.

First of all, a big shoutout to the shuttle driver Alex who was so nice and courteous and made my drive from the airport to the hotel very enjoyable! This is a great hotel to stay at- it's not super fancy but they do have everything you need- free wifi , a pool and workout room, and a free daily breakfast plus transportation to and from the airport. I was upgraded to a very nice king suite so I had a good size room with a separate sitting area and a comfy king size bed. There was also a microwave, refridgerator and small sink. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The lobby was not fancy or anything, and it's not what I call luxurious at all, but it's reasonably priced. Also, there is not too much around except a waffle house next door and (i was told) a bar down the street. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend.

First the good about this place; the entire staff, yes entire, especially the maintence person were very friendly and helpful. they really do make you feel welcomed. The down side is the location and the price. There is very little, I really mean very, very little within walking distance of the hotel. If walking to a nice restaurant is important than this is not for you. the rooms should be about $80.00 not $150.00. I'm loyal to Best Western but won't make this mistake again on a future trip to Orlando.

We were attending to a funeral services on a family member! He was a victim on the Pulse Club mass shootout. Hotel employees were very understanding and did a wonderful job lodging us! Highly recommended! Very pleased with all of the personnel. Aldo breakfast was grate!

The exterior at 1130PM was not much but it was a canceled flight that brung me. I had tried to book the room via the "lastminuteroom" or some such name web site but I was tired and the reservation failed several times so i drove to the hotel. the desk clerk gave me a rate very close to that rate and i headed up to what i thought would be a well worn carpet, banged up furniture and dank bathroom. OK, I was wrong - wow; this is a nice room! Microwave and mini-fridge hidden behind and cabinet; modern furnishings with a oversized reading chair, 40" (?) LED TV with decent channel selection, bright bathroom with state-of-the-art vanity, plenty of fresh white towels and courtesy shampoos, etc. They offered to shuttle me the next morning over to the airport free (there is a small fee to leave your car there but negotiate). The desk clerk was a nice fellow and made sure i git a wake up call. Breakfast is served after 6AM (I think) but I was long gone.

My wife and I booked this hotel for one night, to remain close to Orlando airport as our family (4 adults) were arriving 24 hours after us, for a vacation in Orlando. We found the hotel to be very clean with friendly helpful staff but the location was rather suspect. The area is not one for tourists and we decided not to venture outside after dark. The hotel has no restaurant and we had dinner in the Waffle house next to the hotel. Note; The duty receptionist did try to charge the full rack rate until I produced my documentation with the agreed rate which was significantly lower. An apology was immediately give for any misunderstanding.

The late night check-in staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcomed. The hotel itself is remodeled it seems, but it looks like a cheap facelift. I stayed at two other Best Western properties in Orlando after this one and they were exceptional in comparison. I would NOT stay at this particular hotel again.

We had a pleasant stay here in a 2 Queen suite. The room was clean and spacious and nicely updated. There are several fast food eating places nearby and lots of nicer places to eat at at the nearby Florida Mall. The air conditioning doesn't seem to work in the elevator but it worked fine in our room. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast which was delicious with eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, breads, muffins, cereals, bananas, apples, a pancake maker, and standard beverages. Parking is free and plentiful and the wifi works.

We had a good time here. The room price was inexpensive but the king bed size room was comfortable. The bed was good and so were the pillows. The bathroom had nice shower force. Area seemed safe. I had noticed an additional $2 charge per night, convenience fee, which was not mentioned anywhere while booking online nor did the check-in guy point it out. I noticed it one day and asked him, that's when he said, "Oh! That's the convenience fee", as if I was supposed to know. I found this shady and unethical The breakfast had good choices and felt it started late at 6:30AM. A time like 6AM would have been ideal as we used to leave very early to theme parks. Yes there was crowd at 6:30AM as well!

Staff was friendly, location was minutes from my meeting. The room was clean but the a/c did not work, the shower head as broken. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to call front desk and change rooms.

Most of the front desk staff weren't over helpful, didn't care that wifi wasn't working properly in our room. The rooms were enough, and had good bathroom facilities. The tiny dining area didn't allow you to have a relaxed breakfast. The breakfast offered was good. The Waffle House next door was beautiful. Great meals and service!

We booked our one-night stay here with low expectations. How could an airport hotel be anything but run-down, dirty, and noisy? But this place was none of those things. The entire place was clean and in excellent repair, perhaps it was brand new? Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, free of odors, and in like-new condition. There was a television, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair-dryer, and several lamps. Everything worked properly. Drapes, linens, and towels were in excellent condition also. We slept well without noisy interruptions. A free hot breakfast was served in the morning, and there seemed to be something for every individual's dietary tastes. Alex was working when we checked in, and we found him still working the next morning as we ate our breakfast. He was still smiling and polite. Although he must have been tired, he didn't let it show. He kindly honored our request for a late check-out, since we had a later flight that day. We would gladly stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you, Alex, for making our final night in Orlando so pleasant!

We stayed at this Best Western twice in a five day period as it was close to the airport and they offer free shuttle service to Orlando International. Front of house manager very efficient and helpful as were the shuttle drivers. Breakfast better than some hotels/motels we have stayed at in Florida. Free internet was a plus and worked well. We would stay here again.

I had no problems with staff. The customer service was great. The only thing that did bother me was that our bathroom had wear and tear in the tub. Overall, the hotel was clean, smelled great when you walk into the lobby.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool, great breakfast included, convenient shuttle to and from the airport. My only suggestion to them would be for them to invest in better shower curtains, they were too short and the fabric was so thin that it was hard to keep the water from escaping the shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Would recommend again to stay here. Pool was clean and breakfast was just right to get us going. The King size bed was comfortable for our tired bodies. I really appreciated the small coffee pot in the room to get me up and about. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful as this was our first day in a strange city.

We usually pick this hotel when we go on a cruise because its close to the Airport and the shuttle (Golden Touch) takes us to and from the cruise terminal for no extra charge from this Hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the Manager at the front desk is very helpful. I found that the Breakfast area is very crowded in the morning. The hotel is very close to the Florida Mall, a short bus ride.

Enjoyed what little time we had and excellent assistance in identifying nearby restaurants. Early departure for flight back to California precluded us from receiving extra benefit of this stay. Highly recommend this if you have to leave early from the airport..

There's nothing fancy about this hotel. It's fairly convenient to the Orlando airport and the do offer a shuttle service. The hotel also offers a decent amount of parking. The biggest draw back are that the mattresses are incredibly terrible. It's like they put rocks in and dirt in the mattress they are that nad. Glad to leave in the morning. Won't say here again but it could have been worse.

the woman at the front desk was a bit short and uninterested the entire time through she good be about her business. Then worse, after we were settled into the room, my husband discovered that we had no water at all. When calling the front desk, he was told, "we have been having some problems with that". She then told my husband tt it would take 15 minutes or so.

This hotel has a fabulous breakfast buffet! The rooms were very clean and tidy. Free shuttle to and from the hotel/airport. The staff (Front Desk and room attendants) were very friendly! I was very pleased with this hotel. Would revisit next time I'm in Orlando!

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Alas no way to make tea; only a coffee maker. Fitness room is small but open 24/7 although the sign says otherwise. The shuttle to the airport takes about 15 minutes but only runs on the hour. Rooms are a bit noisy; heard baby (?) cry several times next door. No breakfast at 5 am! All in all a decent motel with friendly staff; good for a one night's stay near the airport.

The staff was very helpful and the room clean. Great price and location. As a woman traveling alone, I felt secure and safe and had a wonderful experience. In the morning a staff member suggested an alternative route to my meeting to avoid tolls. Very pleasant experience.

No issues at all, but one, the ac was a little loud when compressor kicked in. but the room was cold as it should be. everyone was nice and breakfast was decent for those in a rush. I would recommend them to use real eggs. i will stay again if i had to with out no problems

The Best Western at the Orlando Airport is a wonderful place to stay. The shuttle bus & breakfast is a plus. The Hotel staff from the shuttle drivers to Front Desk are excellent. I felt very safe staying here, which is important to me.

The staff reacted immediately to a problem I was having with the AC and moved me to a different room. On checking out, they advised me of a different route to avoid tolls and traffic. Very helpful staff and clean rooms.

This hotel is a disgrace to the brand. The lobby is unattractive with sofas in one corner and miles of cheap tile ending in an ATM machine. The printer and Internet did not work and there was certainly no apparent effort to do so. The hallway outside my room, 115, was horrible with an in the wall air conditioner, security camera and several dead end doors. I did not feel safe. The room was tiny, two people couldn't pass between the bed and the tv stand. The furniture is two toned, very cheap and out of date. The shampoo and conditioner were the cheapest possible, no lotion, second only to the in room coffee. I booked through Best Western website and paid $154 for this dump. I cancelled my room for my return to Orlando.

The first night I checked in the hotel it was very late, and left in morning. So I did not have time to appreciate what the hotel has to offer. But when I came back a week later I enjoy my stay. At the reception the lady has good manners and answer all my questions. The room was very cleaning, smelling good, and the bed was great. By the way you are asking too many questions. I am a busy man.

I have learnt my lesson, after 24 hours of flying I find it much easier to stay at an Airport Hotel ! Get a good nights rest without any further travel time and get the hire car the next day. This hotel although only probably a 3/4 star gives you a well appointed room, a satisfactory breakfast, decent service and an hourly outgoing shuttle. From the Airport you need to ring. Happy to recommend.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. My husband & I had a large suite with a desk, sitting area, and kitchen with a microwave & refrigerator, which was perfect. The room was spotless, with comfy beds. It looks like everything was recently updated. Breakfast is included, but the best part is they have biscuits and gravy (I've never had this at any hotel I've stayed at). The hotel is close to the I4 which is perfect, since you take the I4 to pretty much get around Orlando . It took us about 15-20mins to get to Disney from the hotel, which was worth it. You get a great room, with breakfast included. My brother and his family & my mom stayed here as well and they loved it. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites, Orlando Florida for one night before our flight back to Michigan. I would definetly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean inside and out! The only downfall was no guest laundry facilitiy. But otherwise I'd give an A++.

My room was a large king suite with all the amenities except for a TV in the parlor area. There was a table in lieu of a desk with a decent office chair. The layout of this suite just seems a bit funky. There is not enough space where you need it (cramped parlor) and too much where you don't (sleeping area); and things are not where they should be. The table is where the (missing) entertainment center should be and it is almost impossible to see the single TV from the parlor area. Therefore, if you want to watch TV you will probably have to watch it in bed. What looks like a cabinet door next to the mini-fridge is a façade; it does not open so I don't know why they even bothered to put a knob on it. The “closet” area is open to the room and could have been closed off with a small set of louvered bi-fold doors. The bathroom is typical of these hotels. There are a few interesting toiletries provided and the maid went to some trouble to do fancy designs with the facial tissue. A few wall prints might have served the rooms better. The right headboard light bulb burned out, and there's a mystery wall switch (I couldn't tell what it turned off or on). There should probably be a short florescent bulb over the sink/coffee pot area. The ice machines on the 3rd and 5th floors do not work and Elevator 2 (of two elevators) was only in service on Sunday morning for check-outs. The breakfast room is way too small for the number of people trying to use it; there is a Waffle House next door if you hate crowds and/or waiting in line. Standard breakfast fare. The scrambled (powdered?) eggs were hot and I enjoyed the large link sausages. The pancake machine looked interesting but I didn't want to stand in line to use it. There were no cardboard sleeves for the coffee cups so I improvised by putting a plastic juice cup inside the coffee cup before filling it with coffee. Surprisingly, it worked perfectly! There was one woman, Caridon(?) servicing the breakfast room, who was really hustling to keep up - and I tipped her accordingly. I saw more movement from that little lady in a few short minutes than I saw from the entire rest of the staff combined during my overnight stay. Give her a raise! I decided to shower before I checked out (the towels are serviceable but very rough) when I noticed that the “scratch” in the porcelain tub had moved! It turned out to be a silverfish (which I dispatched with extreme prejudice). All in all, this hotel has proven to be something of a disappointment. It isn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but, it's a long, long way from one of the best. I am uncertain if I could stay here again or feel comfortable recommending it.

The location was perfect and there was a free shuttle to the airport . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and had a really good variety. The only complaint was that we couldnt access the internet and when we finally did we kept getting bumped off, and we had a king size bed but the sheets didnt fit(they kept coming off the corners) which made it uncomfortable.

Had Booked Through Booking. Com For An Excellent Cheap Rate, My Flight Landed After 11PM And After Being On A Plane For Over 4 Hours, I Was Told That Because They Were So Busy That If I Didn't Call When I Did. They Probably Would Have Given My Room Away, I Wasn't Pleased When I HeardThat. So When I Arrived I Had My 5th Floor Room Request However The Ice Machine On My Floor Didn't Work, So I Was Inconvenienced Because I Had To Go To Another Floor. I am A BW Gold Elite, The Worst Part Of My Stay Was That There Was No Late Check Out. Unbelievable. The Bed Was Accomodating, Also There Is A Waffle House Directly Next Store. The Staff Was OK. The Pool Was Ok Definitely Not Heated.

At first room seemed clean & average, after the first night of no sleep on horribly old beds with springs popping, sweating from the old school air conditioner with uneven temperatures, shower trickled due to defective spout, sugar ants on night table, this was unacceptable for a family to visit Universal on Spring Break. What a waste of money!!!

This an excellent hotel close to the airport and only 20 mins away from the Orlando attractions. It includes breakfast but this is the weakest point, don't expect too much. There are not any eating places at walking distance, Except for a Waffle House so you will need your own transportation

Only stayed in the room, did not use facilities but room was above usual standard for this price point and had been refurbished at some point relative recently. Bathroom also very good. Staff were helpful and attentive. Hotel quite close to airport.

We stayed here for one night following a late arrival into MCO. The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport however, there is not much in the way of restaurants or well....anything directly next to it. A Waffle House....thats it. As far as the accommodations, the room was quite nice and very clean. While we didnt use the pool area it seemed a bit small but nice. The hotel did offer a free breakfast but there were so many people crammed into the tiny cafe area that you could barely get near anything.

Really nice place; rooms were really comfortable and good size. Near the Florida mall; lots of restaurants and the airport! Worth the price!!!! Florida mall was really nice and like only 5 minutes from the hotel. many restaurants realm good near by!

I only needed to stay one night and this hotel was good for me for that purpose. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but they do serve breakfast. I had to leave prior to the start time for breakfast, so I can't comment on that food. The hotel offers several different menus from area restaurants that can be ordered from and delivered to the room.

Me and my family stayed here for one night on March 14-15. When we first walked in there was only one guy at the desk and no one else in the lobby. When we got our room on the first floor it seemed like everyone just had a first floor room and no one on top. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was clean but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the breakfast kind of sucked except that there were pancakes cause I love pancakes, the pool was pretty big and very cold and it seemed like no one ever went swimming. The most unprofessional thing was that when we tried to walk in the side door from the pool it wasn't working so we went the other way but then we told the guy at the front desk and he just said "yeah, I know" which is the worst thing to say to a complaint, he could of just put a sign saying that the door didn't work. I would only recommend this if u were trying to save money and that u had a early flight home.

They have a shuttle to and from the airport which we did not use. I'd recommend as a reasonable convenient place to stay before a flight.

The hotel was nice, staff was great. Had a problem with our reservation because we booked though a third party that didn't actually book the room. After 45 min on the phone and still not getting it resolved, Calvin gave us the room and told us to figure it out in the morning. It was late and we were frustrated, so the gesture really meant a lot. The room is updated and modern. Everything was clean. Didn't have breakfast and didn't stay long enough to use anything else in the room. I'd come back!

I have stay at this location multiple times, rooms always clean, recently remodel(I believe), breakfast is at the same standards as Marriot and Hilton hotels. Personnel is very friendly and with a great attitude .

We just needed a hotel for one night that was close to the airport. This hotel was great! They provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Alex was working the front desk and he was so helpful. He was also there the next morning. He was very busy but accommodating. The breakfast had eggs,bacon,bagels, bread, rolls, muffins, pancakes.

We wanted to stay near the airport for an early flight the next day. Naida at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in arranging the hotels airport transfer Breakfast was better than usual. Our check-in and checkout were handled in a friendly and timely manner as we were on out way to catch a plane.

It was a really nice place to stay. The woman that check us in was very nice and professional. The hotel is really nice. The breakfast was also really good and the woman that was in charge of the food was on point. Plus she always had a smile on her face. The only issue I had was with the bathroom curtain wouldn't stay close while taking a shower. I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Orlando.

Stayed here 2 nights and after paying upwards of $300 - $400 a night in Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and The Keys, this was a refreshing change at $110. It's not fancy, but it's clean, offers a decent breakfast buffet, has a small but decent pool and is close to the airport and 20 minutes to Disney. Would stay there again. I didn't give them a perfect rating because the wifi in the business centre doesn't work and we couldn't check in and print off our boarding passes.

It's not as close to the airport as I thought. You should know that although they say they have an airport shuttle, it's actually a shared shuttle other other hotels. So after waiting 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport we then had to go to another terminal for other people then go to other hotels dropping people off before arriving at Best Western. Also for the ride to the airport they don't start running until 7 and we needed to be at the airport by 7:15. The front desk assured me the van would be there at 7 and go straight to the airport without stopping at other hotels. This wasn't true. We had to go the opposite direction a couple of blocks to pick up other guests before going to the airport. This would be important to know. Our AC did not cool very well and was so loud it woke us up every time it came on. Breakfast was ok.

Light switch did not work at entrance to room. Switch would not flip. half of the lights were not working in bathroom. Also we were over charged for our room. Not the price our confirmation email which I showed the desk agent. When we brought up to agent she said it was an additional fee. Also I was signed up for BW rewards when I did not request to be.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. The quality of the hotel can make or break a vacation, spend the extra money and stay here. The breakfast area was not big enough to accommodate the crowd, but other than that, we had a good experience there.

I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because the mattress wasn't all that firm, the water pressure wasn't all that great and the breakfast area was the smallest that I've seen in any hotel. They have signs up not to take breakfast up to your rooms, but so many people were. There literally was no room for 5 floors of guest to sit there and eat comfortably. Other than that I had no problems with Best Western.

Regarding our Breakfast area be too small, your are completely right, especially because we have a very high occupancy throughout the year, witch make our Breakfast area may I say a little too compact. We have recently added new tables in that area, promoting extra seating, that way we have minimize a lot the inconvenience. This was the worst stay I have ever encountered in my life. I was changed to 3 rooms in a 36 hr time frame. The night front desk guy Felix was very rude & they did nothing about bugs in my room & on my bed except for change me to another room with an even worse issue. This Hotel needs to be closed down, exterminated & cleaned from top to bottom. I was told by Felix a night front desk guy that I could leave & turn in my keys without a refund or I could take what he could give me. This is extremely unfortunate that these types of people are working with the customers. Very poor customer service.

Courteous check in, room clean and spacious, only problem no bar! Other than that it was a good overnighter....left my nightdress and the hotel posted it on to me, excellent customer service thank you. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again,,

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night and we were really happy with the room. It was very clean and I literally inspect the entire room before I even decide if we're going to stay or not. I do believe the walls are a little too thin as I could hear the man in the next room talking on the phone and it sounded like he was inside our room. My one major complaint would be the wifi. It kept going in and out all night which was very aggravating when trying to find a restaurant to eat at. We tried to use the business center the next morning so we could print tickets to go to a theme park and it took us well over an hour. The computer they have wasn't working properly and it was very very slow. The front desk didn't seem to know what the problem was. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

This was a one night stay as we were leaving early the next morning for a flight out. But never again, the hotel is older and has paper thin walls and gaps under the door. Good thing I was only in the room for one night as with the amount of people coming in late and being noisy sleep was almost impossible. Don't be fooled by the photos of the nice looking rooms, those are the more expensive upgraded suites, be aware if you book a standard king room it has a tiny tub to crawl into to take a shower. 3 of the electrical plugs in our room also did not work.

Stayed in the hotel for one night. We arrived to the hotel pretty late. The airport shuttle service worked fine, we just called to the hotel from the airport's courtesy phones. The check in went quickly, the room and the breakfast was ok, nothing special. Wi-Fi worked fine.

This hotel has nice large rooms with pleasant amenities and a very friendly staff. They will make a breakfast to go bag if you request. The free shuttle leaves on the hour Very attentive drivers. I would have given a higher rating but for two items. The room was excessively noisy . The airconditioning unit is like sleeping on a jet engine and we eventually had to unplug the in room fridge because it wailed when cycling. In addition to the noize, the only restaurant near is a Waffle house so dinner choices are extremely limited .
