    « nice location »

We stayed for two nights in the hostel. We could use the shared kitchen and fridge. It was a nice stay! The location was good.. not in the centre of the city, but it's a small walk to the centre. We enjoyed are stay in Örebro, it's a great city!

    « Good Budget Accommodation »

Booked on same day as last minute change of travel plans. This hostel/hotel is located minutes from the center of town and the castle. Good sized room, shower room was a little small and the drainage hole in the shower was a at such an angle it would be possible to slip when stood in it. (Room 207) Check in was really friendly and the lady was very helpful. Bedding was an extra charge we weren't expecting although I may not have read that in the terms and conditions when using booking.com. There kitchen has all the utensils you would expect to have at home and I would have no problems using it if I was staying longer. There are fridges etc to store food in. One small thing is the tidying of the room after your stay, I realize it's budget style accommodation but this wasn't known about until we actually got into the room.

    « Hotel of convenience! »

The location is fantastic! The rooms are really clean. The breakfast is good. You shall try the soup lunch here. I can promise that you will enjoy the soups! Orebroans frequently visit here for the soup -so why not you?

« Very expensive for small rooms, cold, basic facility »

I paid like a bomb for room here but got nothing but a small room with 3x6 bed and small table. Bathroom is so small that you hit places with your daily routine. No telephones in rooms, no one at reception before 8 in morning ... I just needed some help to book a taxi. There was no one at hotel to hand over the keys or even open the door in windy night at 10:30 PM even though I had specified that I shall arrive late in evening. Person at reception manages multiple places together and arrived 30 minutes later, imagine sitting in small hotel lounge after day long work and travel. They did not clean up room and on asking at reception ... there was some confusion. I don't think I am recommending this hotel to others at this price.

« Small rooms, Basic facilities, Nice location »

Stayed at the Livin Apartment Hotel for almost two weeks. The experience was very average. I stayed at a single room apartment. The room was very small hardly 100sq. ft. The bed is not wide at all and at times you almost fell out of the bed. The heating was not very good. One has to pay for linen which costs 80 Kronas. The hotel is supposed to change the linens every week but in the two week stay it was never changed. Even the basic toilet soap and shower gel are not provided. When asked for the same, the staff said that they needed to do a meeting to confirm if they could proivde us with a soap. Breakfast was strictly OK. No change or variety. Boiled egg was the only hot option. No fresh fruits to take away or eat during breakfast. The staff did their best to be friendly. The only USP of this place is the closeness to the Central Station, Orebro Center town and shopping complexes. Would recommend to stay her only if you want a kitnette hotel and are willing to compromise on the size of the room and cleaniness.
