Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

Great value for a budget-conscious person/family. Rooms are refreshed with a new cool look. The rooms are spacious with a pull-out sofa, full table and chairs, and a spacious kitchenette. Great Value again! I feel like I was in college with a mini-suite like Embassy Suites....the breakfast was standard scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage with the normal bread, juices, and coffee. Always great to have breakfast when you are on the run...also a nice central patio with pool....lots of little things that provide tremendous value for your money. Highly recommend this hotel in Orange. The reception staff "Nike" was friendly and professional and expedited check-in.

Nike was very friendly and nice. Had a nice variety on the hot breakfast. Bed wasn't as comfy but we still got a good nights rest. In a nice and quiet area. Was only about a 10 min drive from Disneyland.

Really nice hotel for families, easy check in, easy parking, good location relative to Disneyland and Knotts. Felt very safe and secure. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. It's in a commercial complex so not too much activity within close walking distance but I would still highly recommend this location. The breakfast was your standard/typical breakfast (eggs, protein, cereal, yogurt, bagels, coffee).

The hotel is getting updated as it is a bit dated. It is in a worded place in the middle of commercial buildings. With the wall around the hot tub it was impossible to watch the kids in the pool, which was too cold for us to hang out in. For $200 usd a night you think they help you out with a bottle opener.

Room was ok but not very clean, the safe fell out of our wall in the middle of the night. Came here to vist Disney and the room wasn't very good. Would of rather been at the motel 6. Never staying here again.

Stayed here for a few days during the NAMM convention. Honestly one of the recurring thoughts i had throughout this stay was, "I would definitely stay here again". Is it perfect? Maybe not, but what is? I highly suggest this hotel for anyone - whether you're going to Disneyland, the convention center or anywhere else similar. Would mostly recommend for adults, however kids would most likely love the breakfast choices! breakfast is incredible here. The staff is also very hardworking and easy going. I would much appreciate slightly lower rates, but overall I think it's an excellent value for what you experience. hot water was working fine, room was clean upon arrival, all in all a very cozy stay.

Great place with great prices, the room was nice and clean, the only down side on one jet work for the spa. Over all I will be back for sure. Sheets were clean, spacious, great seating area, well stocked!

The hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from Orange Outlet and 15 minutes away from Santa Ana Airport and Disneyland. The room is clean. The king size suite can fit a family of four. Breakfast has variety of choices and coffee machine for cappuccino, etc. Friendly staff!

Hotel wasn't terrible but wasn't AMAZING… the real reason I'm leaving this review is for the girl working mornings December 8th and 10th we asked her twice for room service and clean towels around 7am and we never received it when we asked her the first time she told my sister it was her fault and that my sister gave her the wrong room number so the second time I made sure to ask for the room service double checking the room number and we still did not receive room service or clean towels. Terrible experience over all

Horrible customer service. Front desk people didn't care for any of my problems. I would come to them for help and they didn't say sorry or seem to care to resolve the issue. The only helpful person was Roman. He is the only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of one.

The on-demand ART shuttle had a stop right out front of the hotel and was only $6/person per day. We used it to get to Disneyland but could also have used for Knott's Berry Farms and some other local attractions. The Outlets at Orange were a short walk from the hotel. Hotel has a nice courtyard with pool but we were busy at Disneyland so didn't use. Would stay again if price is still similar.

The room was far better than I expected. Excellent value for the cost. The only downside was the front office staff did not respond to my request for room towels and the pool was very dirty even though the weather was still in the 80s.

Though the Hotel was being renovated and there were many issues the Staff took pride and exerted great effort to make the stay comfortable Once I made a report to the maintenance staff they were quick to correct any problems

Very spacious rooms with a great layout. The hotel is under constructions. The lobby is nice, but the rest of the hotel is very rundown and old. They have attempted to update the rooms, but construction isn't complete. The walls are all different colors from repairs. The floors were filthy inside the room and in the common areas. There were no towels when we arrived, there isn't even a cabinet for towels - management was unhelpful when we asked for some. Construction workers making noise all the time. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The breakfast area was nice with a standard continental breakfast. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for just a quick stop on our way down to Temecula as it was one of the better-rated and cheaper hotels in the area. The lobby was clean and comfortable with nice music playing and a coffee machine. The staff at the desk were all very polite and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It would've been nice to have some USB plugs to charge our devices, but we fortunately brought our own plugs. We weren't huge fans of the tub/shower in our room but it had good water pressure. The area seemed nice enough and the parking lot was well lit. We don't have any complaints about the beds or pillows. We didn't check out the pool or the hot tub. The only constructive criticism I have to offer is regarding the complimentary breakfast. They had the basics: cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, various breads/pastries, and mini waffles. They had milk and cream for coffee and whipped cream, along with some individual flavored creamers. The only thing I felt was missing was yogurt, which is my go-to breakfast choice. An egg white option would've been nice, too. Overall, the taste of the food was average and what you would expect for a hotel like this.

Great location for this hotel. Have been staying here since 2015 for work trips. Room rates are excellent, staff has always been helpful and responsive. Newly remodeled rooms are great, un-remodeled rooms are clean, comfortable but don't look great, hence the remodel project.

This is the first time I'm staying at this location. I usually stay at the Palm Garden in Westminster. But it is getting old and I thought I might tried this Bestwestern Plus and was hoping this would be a new favorite location since I'm pretty much go to OC at least 3-4 times a year. But this is definitely the worst of the worst. At the time of the arrived, I notice the location is under renovation but I keep my hope high. I should go with my gut to cancel. The hallway floor is dirty as well as the room. Debris are everywhere. Room smell disgusting and dirty. Adrian checked us into room 110, walked in with a pair of dirty shoes and socks, dirty towels was on the counter. Went to tell them. They changed us to room 112, the lady was actually walking to the room because herself was doubting if the room is not clean. It was the best but more acceptable than 110. She tried to tell them they upgrade to the kitchenette room. What a joke. The stove is dirty with nails around the sink. There is no pot for us to use the stove. The floor was dirty and and smell disgusting. No body/ conditioner/shampoo. The bar soap was opened. We have to stop by target to buy shampoo/conditioner/ towels. On top of that we was staying 2 nights. The key got lock out on us on the 2nd day. I went to the office and have them reissue the keys. The young kid working on Saturday 8.26. 23 was not even apologize for their mistake and he did not have name tag on him. Also Adrian did not mention we need to call for service. So the room was not even clean. Anyway, worst of the worst…..

Not my usual Best Western stay. More training for front desk--did not inform of housekeeping on request. Did not follow thru on housekeeping request. Sloppy renovation work. Location good and room clean.

Room needs some fixing up. Update. Bathtub was old and dirty looking. Shampoo and conditioner was not full. Door was not attached to the hinges. Fell off when closing. They did come fix that. Problem quickly.

Renovations weren't completed. Do to bldg layout, the room was noisy. Laundry room was broken. Exercise room only had a treadmill. Had to pay for parking even though it's a business complex. There's no food nearby.

The place is under construction and has no business having people stay not a professional establishment. Beds with only sheets you get one set of towels not matter how long you stay. Holes in bathroom walls, weird musty smelling rooms. Seems to be ran by a bunch of young adults who do not care.

Stayed with Best Western before but this time was truly a very disappointment experience. When we booked this hotel, they did not indicated that they are going through renovations. It was extremely LOUD in the morning and the internet did not worked most of the time. So frustrated. Also, there is a fee of $5 a day for parking which they did not included in the website.

I was welcomed to the hotel with a room that still needed to dry paint. Door was extremely difficult to close and open due to the wet paint. Not the most focused staff as well, called many times for towels left with no response. Lots of noise due to renovation. No fitness center on site again due to renovations.

Staff helpful, bathrooms need to be remodeled. Large rooms ideal for family. Has some staining on the carpet. Has kitchen cabinets that are empty...small fridge and microwave. Hotel looks like some remodeling being done.

Place not so clean, tub peeling and dirty, carpet stained red, tiles missing, microwave not working well, kitchen sprayed with white paint in various spots, stove bell rusted, house keeping has to be requested and followed up or it won't get done, one dead roach on the bed and bad attitude by front desk.

Stayed three nights and the rooms are very old and outdated, over the few nights there we found two large spider and a few insects. Breakfast was nice to be included but just average. Staff and front desks were all very nice and helpful.

We got a beautiful clean Suite for a great price. We didn't have any issues with noise. The location was near all the activities we were doing. Will definitely be staying with Best Western again! thank you! <3

Great customer service! The rooms are pretty nice. Luis at the front desk was super cool! The pool is heated which was great for winding down. The breakfast is also pretty good, the waffle machine is super cool. My favorite part was how nice and cool everyone was especially Luis who was super friendly and chill.

The staff is great very helpful great customer service skills. The housekeepers were very helpful and caring. The room was great felt like I was in my own home. The breakfast was delicious. The area has lots of places to visit very close to the Block of Orange.

I would like to inform everyone who often needs to spend their holidays in a hotel to often choose Best Western Hotel if they really want to rest because Best Western has the good employees, breakfast and the rooms are thoroughly clean. Martin N. Mpak

The hotel shows its age, our two-queen suites were spacious though. What really turned me off was housekeeping service.Guests need to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. I did, and left a tip for housekeeping. When we got back, someone had been in the room, replaced bath towels and some consumables (coffee cups, etc.) and collected the tip. They did NOT make the beds. (Did I need to leave a bigger tip to get the beds made?) Called front desk to complain, was told that the room would be made up the following morning. But when we got back again, the beds still hadn't been made, and this time no one had been in the room at all. Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and polite gesture from receptionist. Without hesitation, he then gave us a free upgrade to king suite no extra charge. The room was clean and smell good. The breakfast was good. Hotel location is at the center of everything and very quiet. No traffic noise. Will be back again if I have a chance.

We came here as a couple from the UK as a ten day trip to visit Disney Land as annual pass holders. We haven't stayed at a best western before and reviews were quite good. Price wasn't bad either. Location was perfect for what we needed in regards to short journey times to the parks, and local restaurants. There is a shuttle service advertised on hotel sites to the parks however we did not use it and I think it's at least a 15 minute walk to the bus stop you would need to get to to visit the park. First of all the check in process was relatively simple. Nothing abnormal about this hotel compared to any other. Very little information was given to us about the hotel other than a sheet with a list of amenities and timings for the free breakfast. There is no cleaning service at all which I find slightly odd considering we stayed 10 days. You have to request a service 24 hours in advance. There is a bit of paper given at check in with all the information on it saying if you stay more than 3 days you can book a service. It says you can arrange for your room to be serviced every 3 days but this is not true as you have to ask 24 hours in advance, and even then it can be hit and miss if they come. This is a bit of a pain considering it would be nice to automatically have someone spruce up the rooms as per normal but as with a lot of hotels Covid has limited the servicing. Also this means no fresh toilet paper or towels, again all at the front desk but a pain for someone on the top Floor the opposite end of the hotel when business needs to be taken care of but you need to run to get toilet paper first. The front desk is very stingy giving out toilet rolls only offering us one roll and with it being so thin we was going through it very quickly! When we first arrived we also found ourselves with very limited towels. One each and a flannel sized towel for our hands to dry. We did get our room serviced and ended up with double the towels and hand towels and bath towels so not quite sure what happened there. The WiFi was very good so no complaints there! The room itself was very pleasant. Spacious with a very comfortable bed, pillows were very small but not a problem as comfortable. TV was large and great for watching in the evenings. Air conditioning was very hard to work out and get it to stay on but after day 3 finally worked it out. The bedroom part of the room was very clean and well kept. There was a black mark on the curtain which was slightly off putting but again minor. Wall plugs only here and no USB points which is slightly disappointing but again not the worst of problems! The bathroom area is split in two with the shower and toilet in a separate room and the sink and mirror separate. The sink and mirror were clean and easy to use however being connected to the bedroom and no partition was annoying with one of us turning the light on early morning would wake up the other. There was a microwave next to the sink and coffee maker. We used neither. Not sure on the location either next to the sink, water / electricity hazard perhaps. At the back of this room is an open wardrobe. The top of the rack was thick with dust. I don't go round rooms searching for dust as some might, but this was visible from quite some way. It was truly very poor as it is so visible! Next to the rack is a ironing board, iron and hair dryer. All do the job intended very well. There is a safe but ours was locked and open so we was unable to close it and also unable to use it. We did mention this to reception but nothing was done to help resolve the situation. Also the safe is heavy but not secured to the floor so you could essentially walk off with it defeating the idea of it being secure and keeping personal items safe! The bathroom itself is where the problems are. The bedroom looks fresh and new, and even the washroom is rather nice but the bathroom is in dire need of attention. It looks rather grubby, however I believe it is more so just a lack of attention. The tiles need a good clean as they are black with what looks like a build up of mould, and get whiter the higher up the wall. The shower curtain is old and again looks grubby. The metal parts of the bathroom which are the shower rail and the toilet roll holders are rusted and look disgusting. Toilet seat was yellow at the back. The floor between the bathroom and room itself had the carpet looking a bit work and grubby. It's a real shame as the rest of the room is not too bad but the bathroom is a real let down. Parking the car was never an issue for us as always plenty of spaces. Car parking was free. Not sure on how secure it is as very open and found police in the car park talking to a number of youths who were loitering. First few nights despite being a non smoking hotel all we could smell was drugs being smoked. Also overnight we found on the ground floor next to the rear lift a pile of trash bags and dirty linen just stacked up. It was there for at least 24 hours and was not the most pleasant thing to have to constantly walk past. Other than that communal areas are lovely and kept well. We also had a problem with key cards. After our first night stay we found ourselves locked out of our room. We went down to reception to be told that the key cards were Mis-programmed and we had supposedly already checked out as we hadn't been checked in properly. We received 2 new keys which seemed to work fine for 4 days until yet again we couldn't get into our room. We wasn't told anything this time about the reason why they stopped working and I know sometimes having them next to phones can deactivate them so we checked the second key card which stayed in the room and found that not to work either. Very bizarre and Inconvenient especially considering we were at the back of the hotel. Only one washer and one dryer for the whole hotel which is simply not enough. We resorted to doing washing at 1 in the morning. Also not the cheapest and $4 per use of the washer and dryer! Small gym next to it looked adequate however no one was ever using it. Overall we chose this hotel based on it being cheaper than some places and also the location. We paid roughly £1100 for ten nights. My advice would be that for the price we paid the rooms should be better considering what else was on offer in the area for the same price. At best this is an okay motel but on saying that even the motels in the area look nicer in pictures and are cheaper. We only chose this place as the “shuttle” option to Disneyland which as I mentioned earlier isn't even an option due to the long walk to the bus stop. It's a shame as we usually relax in the rooms we book and spend a lot of time at the hotel but here we ended up using the room simply for sleeping in, and spent as much time away from the hotel as possible! If you have the option to drive there are plenty of double trees and holiday inn's locally that offer the same price or hotels closer to the parks! Unless you can get a good deal here I would not return. Overall a not bad hotel room but we wouldn't return in a hurray!

We have stayed many times in the past at this Hotel over the years. So when we decided to take a family vacation with two other families this was the place to stay. It was always clean, had a great breakfast, great customer service and heated pool with hot tub. Always felt safe here as needed key to even access hallway to inside of rooms. Shuttle to Disney was also available. Well we were quite surprised when we arrived. The grounds were unkept, the rooms were clean but chair and hide a bed seemed a bit worn. After our 8 year old got settled in she wanted to swim. Pool was cold, my husband checked in with clerk at front desk and told heater was not working and neither was the hot tub. Had we been told this when we booked the rooms we would have stayed elsewhere. Kids on this trip were so disappointed. Not only that, the courtyard area was not kept clean and the outside furniture was not clean, so we could not sit outside at all. Then to find out they no longer offered a shuttle to Disney! We were told none of this when we booked these rooms. The grounds were littered with garbage inside the bushes and one morning there was a meth pipe next to our car. The side door was broken and people were coming in and out and we were not sure if they were even staying there. We will now have to find another hotel to use when visiting our Family in Orange County. I hope this Hotel is able to make a come back someday. The good of our stay. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The queen mattresses were very comfortable.

I can not thank enough to each and every one specially to the Manager of the hotel Mr. Adrian, to Mr. Luis the most friendly person I know in U.S. from the day first he greet us like a family, Miss Rene, she is so sweet, and last but not least, Ms. Nykie, such a experienced host, thanks to all of them and I never forget what they have done for us during our stay at this HOTEL. if I ever come back to California, I will come to either stay at this hotel of to see these beautiful people.

There is a bright light outside my room and the curtains aren't wide enough to shut out the light. The breakfast was good. I couldn't find the hair dryer, so I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room doesn't work. And the shampoo dispenser in the shower fell off when I was trying to use it. Usually I have a good experience with Best Western, but not here.

We traveled with a cheer group consisting of small children for a Disney performance. Chaperone rooms were separated from children rooms. The rooms were DISGUSTING! One room had animal feces in it and we had to ask twice before it was addressed. Two rooms had ants in them. And I am covered in bug bites! Front desk staff was very rude and condescending and not helpful at all.

I would not recommend this Best Western. I did not get the room I requested. Did not find out till my arrival. Feel like it could have been handled more efficiently. Had to get new room keys made more than once. Never got the room I wanted. Good variety of food for breakfast and beds were comfortable

Excellent guest service provided by Front Desk staff Paul and Nyke. Made us feel welcomed during the check in process. Convenient location, near everything we wanted to go. Shopping, entertainment and places to eat is within the area. Very quite location away from major city traffic. Very comfortable and clean room.

We stayed with a large group and our booking agent Kira was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Our rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and fresh and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the courtyard area seating for breakfast too.

My family and I stayed for 25 nights and none of those days did we ever get housekeeping. We had an incident with the employees so I called the company and staff were aware of this and why? One of the staff made a rude comment to my mother. My question is, why were the staff aware of the situation? Isn't it suppose to be confidential? Also the pool and jacuzzi were always dirty and they never did anything about it. Overall it's been the worst stay I ever experienced.

What made this trip memorable was 1 staff member that worked at this hotel. In particular, a Philippine born gal called Tana that worked serving up the food and maintaining the breakfast area during the 3 hours from 7-10 am.During my three day stay, I would start the day with breakfast.That's when I first noticed Tana. A staff member with a smile and lots of energy.In times past, I had to approach staff members if I had a specific request or question. Not so with Tana. A very conscientious worker who went the extra mile in the duty and service of her job. The last morning of my stay ,I came in to breakfast after a full morning of preparation for the departure ahead. It was at the the end of the breakfast ( the staff was cleaning up).She took notice of me, asked If I wanted food and went back and brought some scrambled eggs and coffee out .And then she took time to talk with me - she's very entertaining. I dont find this dedication and that "something special" too often in the staff of the hotels I frequent. (My job takes me to alot of hotels) . What would keep me coming back to this particular hotel would be Tana.She demonstrated to me what is fast becoming a lost value in America -- people--.In her, ,its genuine. I sensed that her job carried a deeper meaning then just fulfilling a task. Will I go back to this hotel? Defintely.. Hats off to Best Western Hotel and Resorts for hiring Tana. Good move!!

No issues. A bit old. Pool was good but hot tub wasn't working. Uber to Disneyland was $7-$10 depending on time of day. Quick walk to outlet mall. Good breakfast but wish it started at 630 instead of 7. Price was good compared to hotels closer to cover Uber costs. Room was also 2 rooms which provided lots of space. Good value.

Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Only decent thing about the rooms is the bed. Very run down and had to move to a different room it was smelly and fan didn't work. Staff was nice and seemed to try their best, but this property needs major updating.

The hotel is old, but that's alright. The bathroom has hair, that's not alright. Also, the hot tub is extremely dirty. We went at night and couldn't see how dirty it is, I got hives all over me within 5 minutes being in the water.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. When we first got into our room my kids found a bunch of ants in the bathroom around the tub. We reserved for four guests and there were only two bath towels in the room. The hot tub was freezing cold the entire time we were there. The pool is supposed to open at 9. My husband and kids went down at 9:15 and it wasn't opened. We called front desk and we were made to feel we were inconveniencing them for asking if the pool would be open soon. Everything was very dirty and run down. There was a sign outside of the breakfast area stating we couldn't leave with food as they believe we would be feeding people that were not guests at the hotel. This was very frustrating as we have two young children and my husband wanted to grab food for us while we were getting ready for Disneyland. We did find out they don't enforce that rule though so we were able to bring food and coffee to our room luckily. The breakfast doesn't start until 7am which does make it tight if you want to get to Disney for rope drop. The only thing going for it is the size of the rooms.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels/wash cloths for the number of guests. Hotel is in a good location and close to shopping and places to eat.

I have stayed here several times and this time it was completely dirty and no attention was paid to the cleanliness of it. The pool was dirty and only cleaned out when I ask them to do it. The hot tub was out as well and only fix on our last day there. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and hair on the walls of the shower. The sink plug and hole had nasty mole on it, the carpets where completely dirty with spills and the bedding also had hair and rips on it. I spoke with front desk and they offer to change room or cancel the reservation. I would honestly would have cancelled the reservation but I had just driven over 20 hours and was way to tired to struggle and find a new option, so we just switch room. The other room was better but still not in the best shape. We also had asked housekeeping for toilet paper, towels( they only provided 2), makeup remover wipes, and we where denied it, until I had to go down stairs and personally ask front desk. I had also left our trash outside the room for housekeeping to take and when we returned the bag was still there, I called front desk and they said they would have someone pick it up, we left for the day and when we return the trash was still there until we called front desk again. For the price I think we could have find better options but like I mentioned we had stayed here before and enjoyed past stays and had recommended to a lot of family members and sadly this will be our last time staying there and we will stop recommending.

Immediately questioned by the staff as I came in. I was added to my girlfriends reservation, and as I checked it they had me call her to verify that I was who i said I was....Even though I'm on the reservation.... My cousin dropped me off, so while the front desk lady was using my phone (to talk to my gf) she repeatedly looked back and forth between my cousin and I to which I said "this is my cousin".... Room was absolutely filthy/broken, rusted shower rails, hair stuck to the bathroom door, tiles broken, cabinets broken, water and dirt residue on the walls. Someone got arrested in the parking lot. Tried to get a different hotel, but unfortunately was unable to. Hands down the grossest room I've stayed in, in Orange County; ever. To add onto that, when I gave my card for incidentals they charged the entire stay for all 3 days as a temp charge....? I've stayed in just about every hotel there is, and I have never experienced the level of weird, wtf, and gross this hotel has. The cafe area is gated off for some reason, even though its the main in and out to the pool area. Thankfully I was not in the hotel very much as I was in town to visit family. The only positive was because the hotel was so bad, my girlfriend bought me a Lightsaber at Disneyland to make me feel better about the situation. So thanks for the Lightsaber.

You have to request housekeeping services. After three days of requesting services and nobody showing up, I spoke to covering supervisor and someone finally showed up. We had to go to the front desk to get our towels, toilet paper and body wash when we ran out. One night we came back to our room to find a whole bunch of ants in our kitchen area and in the bathroom. We had to move to a different room at 1:00 am and the room we were moved to, also had ants in the bathroom. We also found used face masks under furniture. One night two of my kids woke up with bug bites on their legs. This place is very dirty, they are in need of more staff and the staff that is there needs to be taught how to properly clean a room.

Great priced hotel but, it's a bit aged. The AC in my room didn't work well but, still a good place to pay your head. Very roomy suites. Not sure if I would stay again but, it has everything you need and very convenient area.

First of all the price was right and the hotel cleanliness was great! I would stay at the same hotel again. when I arrived The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone great pies rooms are clean and upgraded. I really enjoyed my stay. The last time I stayed at hotel Lulu across the street from Disneyland it was not a good experience the shower was broken the soap dispensers for the shampoo was broken and the towels were damp the sheets on the bed were wet damp

The staff was very nice. We arrived a little past midnight. Front desk was friendly. When we went into our hotel room there was a dingy smell. The AC kept turning on and off every 30 seconds, I went to get into bed and the sheets were stained. I called front desk and they switch us rooms right away. The second room was better. Still an odor, there was stains on the carpet like brown. The sink was leaking, the wall picture was sitting on the kitchen counter, and there was ants in the bathroom and the second tv kept randomly turning on throughout the night. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were very out-dated and dirty everywhere. Had ants all over the place even before we checked into the room. Air conditioner needs your key to be entered in the slot at the entrance of the room, but doesn't cool the rooms and is very old. Very limited breakfast options, more on the sugary and quick & unhealthy options.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The bed was really nice and the breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed the separation of spaces. Being able to close off the bedroom area from the living room area was so nice. If one of us wanted to stay up late and watch TV it did not disturb the other one. Having the kitchenette was helpful as well.

Location was close to our family reunion. Definitely could have stayed somewhere better for similar price, but last experience at Best Western in San Diego was so nice, thought we'd trust another Best Western. Clearly the brand is not consistent.

This is the second BW plus that we stayed in Orange county for the month of July. Our destination is UC Irvine, and I wanted to check what we get if we stay a bit farther with a similar rate to the BW plus near SNA airport. As a property, this is definitely a much better property compared to the BW we stayed before (see my other reviews): - the room is larger, and has a living room area separeted from the bathroom and a kitchen - it has a typical BW plus design, with the pool in the middle - it was a 30 minute drive to UC Irvine (a minus, but that is ok) - Compared to the previous BW plus, which has a more business feel, this one has more of a family hotel feel - the carpets on the common areas look older with stains, which is typical when you have kids that walk out of the pool through these areas. - full hot breakfast, self service, with waffle machine This is probably the better hotel in terms of property, but we thought it was a bit out of the way. I would probably stay here again if it is close to where I need to go.

We stayed at many best westerns. This was a nice location however we had issues in our room with the ac. You have to use your room key to work your ac. Ours wasn't cooling snd took awhile to get moved another room. I give 3because room we finally got was clean but only had 2 towels and staff reacted to issues as if it were an error on our part operating the ac. But I understand things breakdown but this should have been checked before putting guests in a room.

Overall the hotel was dingy and run down. Cleanliness, especially in the common areas, was terrible. Trash cans overflowing, landscaping neglected, carpets very dirty and worn, non carpeted areas had dried up sticky spills in multiple areas, elevators filthy (tracks, windows, buttons, doors barely closing). Swimming pool and spa were very murky and unhealthy looking - didn't use it for this reason. The whole place needs paint, deep cleaning, updated furniture etc etc. The list is a long one! Inside room, bed was comfortable, but living room furniture was worn, dirty and springs were shot in the chair so it was unusable. Got sheets from housekeeping to cover the sofa so we could sit on it. Light fixture and smoke detector in room was hanging by a wire (maintenance did come and repair). There are several online reviews for recent stays that make it sound like the place is wonderful - and several that sound like the feedback that I am giving you. Weird discrepancy, for sure. These items I am mentioning didn't happen in a matter of days or weeks - it's obvious this hotel has been neglected for a long time.

Unfortunately, there isn't really anything good to say about this place, other than maybe the parking being close by and convenient. After that, it's all downhill. Rooms are VERY worn and dated, and carpet smells terrible like it's been there since the 80's. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Set up is odd, looks like it's inside an old business building with rooms in a humid dark hallway and the others facing the LOUD pool, which they do not enforce the hours of, so warning you may have parties outside your room until all hours of the night. We did. Security did nothing to quiet people down. You will hear everything here,basically zero insulation. Very disappointed in this place. Would not recommend to anyone. Much better options in the area for the price.

The Best Western Meridian is a beautiful building in a plaza with very beautiful buildings. But, the beauty ends there. The place is very old inside, signs of unpleasant aging everywhere. Dirty windows, hallways not keep clean, public bathrooms do not smell good. The front lobby is immaculate but, once you pass the lobby it is not even 1 star. I found dead insects in the chest of drawers, ants crawling around, sloppy painting, The standard room is very small with very little light, a very tiny bathroom, Looks unkempt and needs remodeling. No room cleaning, trash pickup, or new towels for four days. The place is old and worn out. From the hallway in back of the hotel you get a good view of trash piled up, old mattresses, broken chairs, and other trash strewn about looking like a dump.

Overall it was very good, except i was disappointed about the staff service on the second day, The veranda needs more cleaning, I love the room setup. I will surely recommend for a family of 4. I love the location. It took us less than 15 minutes to Disneyland. Very beautiful and quite environment, My wife really love the room setup

We had a horrible experience here. They tell you the pool is open until 10pm but every night of our stay until 11pm people were crazy loud in pool, which faces directly at your room as the pool is in the center of complex. People remained in the courtyard partying until after midnight and it would have been longer had we not called security to ask them to quiet down. Rooms are VERY dated and rundown, the entire suite smelled like mildew and cigarettes. You can literally hear everyone from the outside hallway and all surrounding rooms, even though we were on top floor this did not help at all, and our entire family was awoken at 4am each day by loud noises in hall right outside our room window. Oh, and did I mention that for the largest suite there and being a family of 4, our room only had 1 hand towel, ZERO wash clothes, NO bath mat, 1 bath towel, ZERO soaps of any sort (as one hanging in shower was empty) and NO hand soaps at all. They never brought us any more towels even after Callen multiple times. And even through there was a “pull out sleeper” it came with NO blankets or pillows. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. The highly “monitor “ their breakfast as a sign states they have people bring “extra people in to eat free” and it's not really great anyway. I would AVOID this place at all costs. I don't like leaving bad reviews but we stay at over 30 hotels a year, but this was the WORST. Hons

Didn't end up staying. Walked into the room. Saw a cockroach on the wall and turned and walked out. The refund was annoying also. The hotel had to refund Expedia and then Expedia refunded me. I guess that wasn't their fault but it put me in a pinch when I had to go find somewhere else to stay that night.

Me and my family recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites in Anaheim Orange Ca and the room was a disaster. My family and I booked the room 3 nights 7/24 thru 7/27/22 the room appeared to be cleaned but upon further investigation was definitely rushed thru. The hotel policy is anything over 2 nights you will not receive room refreshing of any type unless requested the day before, we reported that someone had vomited all over the chairs and couch inside the room. After reporting this issue the staff again relayed to us the policy and we said we understand under normal circumstances but with all the viruses and sickness in the air these days surely you could do something about this promptly. The on duty staff did nothing at all we couldn't even get the staff to simply remove the furniture from the room. The up keep of the rooms within this property is lacking severely including the walls that are stained, the lock on the room that would not allow us to close our room door and the tattered furniture. My family and I travel frequently thru out the year and I always leave honest and true reviews of the properties we stay and this property i assure you is falling very short of holding The word BEST in its title. The only bright spot's to mention if you do choose to stay at this property is the complimentary breakfast service in the morning, the staff in the kitchen are very attentive and sincere in assisting you. And parking that is always pricey during travel is also complimentary during your stay.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful, and breakfast was also good. I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool but that was a bonus to have. I like how the pool was in the building but outdoor. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the location we stayed at was closed to all the places we needed to visit.

This hotel is very rundown, dirty and has roaches! None of us would walk around without our shoes on, I do not recommend staying here! In desperate need of an upgrade. Had to put our key card in the front door to turn on air conditioner, very strange setup.

I am not exaggerating. My family and I had a good, comfortable and safe stay here at Best Western for 4 days. The breakfast was great and our room was great. Thanks again Best Western. We will most def be coming back to stay here

Stay experience was good no issues other than maybe some light dusting of the vents and surrounding walls , overall stay was satisfying and would definitely continue to use best western as I have been

I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in the area. I have stayed at other places, but really liked this location and felt it was safe. It was in an area with business. It was a quiet and clean area. The room looked like it had been upgraded, but there were still things that they could clean better and work on. The breakfast was basic, but good. The staff worked hard to constantly try and refill things as it got really busy. If I stayed here again I would requst a higher floor far from the breakfast buffet. I ended up having to wear ear plugs because once the breakfast was going in the mornings, I could loudly hear the beeping of the waffles machines, people talking and kids playing as the outdoor seating was right outside of my door. Housekeeping is on requst only. I did put the trash ouside and they changed it out.

The staff was not friendly. Whenever we would leave or come back, no acknowledgement or hello or goodbye. They would just sit there looking down at the floor, each other, or their phones. There was only one working elevator. The gal at the front desk told me there was parking and an elevator near my room on the back side. So I unpack everything from my car and try to use it to find out it's not working. So I had to carry everything around the hotel through the front. It was a mess. No cleaning service. Our carpet has a bunch of stains. Our couch has a burnt hole like from a cigarette, and had tears in it. The smell. It smelt like a sewer and dirty mop water was used to clean the floors, in the lobby and then really badly upstairs. Would not stay here ever again.

The one night of my stay was such a disaster, very bad experience. Does not worth the money I paid. It's website describes the suite has a "full kitchen", free Wi-Fi, an 58sf suite with one q/b and f/safa b. But its kitchen has zero pod, pan, fork, spoon, or kitchenware, I was unable to eat an incident noodles after a late arrival. It has no wi-fi at all---absolutely no wi-fi, no matter paid or free, just no wi-fi. The worker came, checked and told me some rooms in this hotel have a wi-fi box but some do not. He saud my unit unfortunately has no wi-fi box coverage. Though it describes having 2 beds, but only the Queen bed has blankets, the full size sofa bed has nothing. It charges a lot of money, I want my money back because it does not worth the money.

Good room for short stay business trip. The hallways were outside (motel like) and the elevator near my room was out of order. The staff was friendly and helpful. The computer & printer services were useful.

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend so it was busier than usual but our room and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was a great bonus offering a wide selection of food. We stayed in a king suite room. It was very spacious. The hotel was a little ways from the main attraction areas but was an easy Uber ride to anyway. The outlet mall is close by with lots of shops and restaurants. Short ride to the baseball stadium. Long beach and Huntington Beach about 30 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. Probably the nicest best western I've ever stayed at. Very good selection for breakfast and they kept bringing out fresh warm food until about 10 minutes before breakfast close but I saw the bring out a fresh plate of eggs to another guest who asked. Rooms was pretty clean, the tiles by our bathroom were a bit dirty though. 2 issues with our stay. 1- the smoke alarm battery started chirping during our first night so the next day we asked them to replace the battery, they didn't have any batteries cause the maintenance guy was gone for the day I guess, so they asked if we wanted to keep it chirping in the room or have them just take it out. Probably a liability but I did op to just sleep without it that night. 2- the hotel ran out of towels for the weekend. We tried to ask the front desk for more towels 3 times over the weekend and they were always out. Finally they offered me a bath mat to dry off with since they weren't sure when more towels would be clean. (Note: we said 4 people were staying in our room and they only put 2 towels in the room so we needed 2 more our entire stay, we weren't just trying to get clean towels daily or something). Overall I would stay again if my preferred hotels in the area were booked again. Room was very roomy and staff was friendly.

This hotel is very roomy and comfortable. Equipped with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and 2 televisions made this BWPlus a plus for me. Only 2 drawbacks....1) tv channels are 4 numbers instead of 2 and no premium channels available. There are sufficient electric vehicle charging stalls but not Tesla compatible. Otherwise it's a nice hotel locat8close to the freeways and The Block at Orange.

The location of this hotel is great. We needed a quick convenient stay while visiting Disney parks. The rooms are very outdated but for one night it was fine. Unfortunately our AC didn't work which made for a very restless night and the water pressure in the shower and the sinks were next to little water. Front desk went above and beyond. Zenaida is a sweetheart and she was so attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I would come back here just for the service we had. Thanks so much!

There was black mold and blood specks in the bathroom. The hotel tried to paint over the blood but did not get it all covered. The staff didn't even care or the manager did not care to try and correct the issues.

Very close to freeways and outlet mall with several restaurants. Pleasant courtyard area. Counter area with sink is outside toilet/shower room and rooms are not small. Hotel was busy but we had no trouble finding parking or a table for breakfast.

3 stars are for the proximity to the attractions (Disneyland) and rates. Easy to find, has complimentary hot breakfast. Outdated, AC did not work and got pushback when trying to report problem to front desk. Room had odor and broken appliances. Poor guest service. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Please do not waste your time, and money at this hotel. The room was dark, bathroom & vent poor quality. The pool was unclean. Food was low quality. And worst of all service was negative, poor, unprofessional.

This room was satisfactory and I would probably stay there again with the exception of the screen on the air conditioning panel that was broken which made it impossible for us to adjust. Made for a very hot and uncomfortable night.

Don't be fooled by the photos of the lobby. This place is depressing and many things in the room didn't work, including the phones. Pillows were the size of a seat cushion. We reserved for 3 but towels or pillows for the third person were not in the room. We went to the front to get them but bath towels ran out so we got a bunch of hand towels. A/C didn't work well.

I had a great stay here while visiting Disneyland. The staff was fantastic. The room was perfect for my family. Would have liked to have silverware and dishes in the room though. The bath tub drained very slow and the shampoo dispenser was out. But the front desk supplied me with plenty of toiletries when I asked.

The employees were fantastic and so helpful. I needed more towels and an extra blanket and it was to me with 10 mins of my call. The pool and hot tub were great. Furniture a little 70 themed, still nice.

My favorite location, staff was very professional, courteous, attentive to my needs and accommodating to my request for early check-in after a long drive from Las Vegas. Very much appreciate the efforts and service provided by the staff. Kudos to all of you.

The room I wanted wasn't ready but the gentleman at the front desk was able to accommodate me without charging me extra. The room itself was clean and spacious. I've stayed here before and will stay here in the future.

This hotel seems off the beaten path, but really it's 10 minute drive to Disneyland, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach, an outlet mall down the road and a Krispy creme donuts around the corner, lots of restaurants near by. Pretty quiet place to stay

We stayed for 6 nights. The hotel outside and pool area was very nice. The location is nice too. Our room on the other hand was just ok. I try not to be to picky. Our fridge door was rusted on the bottom and on the side. Use of the kitchen drawers were not plausible due to the fact the were broken. Then full kitchen comes with no cooking utensils, plates, cups, nothing. The carpet was spliced together and coming up in sections and our feet would get black from walking barefoot. We didn't have enough towels for 4 people even after asking for more. We were told we were owed more, never got them. The water was just warm. Pressure was ok. The room had lots of patch jobs they didn't hold up. The sheets and towels are rough. If you just want a place to crash this would be ok.

Best Western lodgings are a dependable choice and this location is no exception. Great centralized location for visiting area attractions. We had concert tickets at the Honda Center and visited the Christ Cathedral as well, but this inn is also great for a visit to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and the Anaheim Convention Center as well. Nice, clean facility at a reasonable price. Also appreciated their zero tolerance policy for noise and smoking. Complementary breakfast was very good.

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was pretty good so we came back. This time the air conditioning didn't work in our first room so they moved us to a second room (after we had to put up a fight to be moved). The AC didn't work well in the second room the first night, but it wasn't 83 like it was in the first room so we stayed. Then the AC stopped working all together and the maintenance man's response was that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't so there was nothing they could do. The first room had stains all over the floor and the second room had a broken closet. They never cleaned our room or took out our trash during our entire stay, which led to trash lining the hallway in the morning because that was the only way your trash would get emptied. Also, they don't offer breakfast until 7am so if you have to be anywhere early, you won't be able to utilize their breakfast.

Needs some renovations but is spacious with a nice courtyard and pool. Clean, friendly staff and a great manager who is willing to explain and make things right. It's worth $140-175/night but when asking over $200; it's a bit high since it's older (1970s feel) The suite is spacious, and bed is very comfortable. Just needs new furniture and bathroom renovation.

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the pool and hot tub which were closed by the health department with no signs of reopening anytime soon. Staff was not very concerned with the problems we reported. room was not cleaned or restocked during our entire 7 day stay.

I highly recommend this Bestwestern. We will definitely stay there again. Great breakfast, clean rooms, pool, hot tub, comfy bed, and close to shopping and food. Short drive to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Great place for families. We had a large family in the room next to us and we never heard them!

The suites are wonderful and affordable. They are bigger then some one bedroom apartments. Very comfortable if your traveling with kids or others. If you drive by this hotel you would think it was an office building. I've driven by it for years and never knew it existed.

Very disappointed with how bad this hotel has gone down hill & the lack of professionalism from the staff starting with the head of management Rosie Mohr. A lot of inconsistencies, really hoped this stay around would be better.

In short, we were checked into a room that had already been given away. The room was clean so we did not know until the other guests tried to get in the room and were totally freaked out we were in it.... Hotel management kept us in the room and relayed the message through the other guests. at 2AM an un uniformed hotel security knocked on our door until we answered and told us our room was listed as vacant... obviously this is all a MAJOR safety issue and we left in the morning, losing money and our reservation. the hotel has been unresponsive and unapologetic.

Horrible Hotel. This hotel is not even worth a $30 motel quality. Don't get fool by their Lobby pictures. behind the Lobby rooms are very old and dirty. I stayed 4 days and not a single day we got house keeping services. They put covid excuses for not cleaning their rooms for 4 straight days. Their bathroom is nasty and old. Rooms are cold and you can hear noise from next room people talking and beds and bedsheets are like dirty old cheap rags. Receptionists and employees are rude and ignorant too. never again

It's always nice to have a two room suite, and for the price we paid for one here, it was an excellent value. Overall the property is kept up well, and secure. The room was clean, although the bathroom could use a little sprucing up (some mold on the ceiling). But overall, I'd recommend - especially to families on a budget.

$100 deposit? Really? Elite members shouldn't have to pay for that nonsense!I plis no pets? If I'd bring had brought him, it's not they'd know! My dogs tell trained and doesn't make any noise, plus the $4.00 laundry? No thanks!

So I got in around 5ishp.m and I was met with a friendly guy named Thom Lomboy , he was supper friendly and helpful, I hadn't had time to eat all day being with work and traveling to my destination, And not being Familiar with the area Thom gave me a couple suggestions of places to grab a bite to eat either sit down or drive through, he made my night !!!

Would NOT recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, we were not greeted. Front desk was rude. Hotel does not have housekeeping, you will need to go to the front desk for towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Mold/mildew, rust in bathroom. Cracks on the ceiling. Breakfast was bare minimum. Not worth what we paid.

I was being told by one of the front desk staff that I could pay later when I check out for 1 day extension later in the middle of the night the security knocked my doors and asked me to vacate the house. They do not even have sufficient food in breakfast. Everyone should avoid this property

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in the suite which we were not expecting. Very large and accommodating. This is not a complaint, only a suggestion: when you exit the elevators, make it less confusing to find your room. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel appears nice from the exterior photos, but upon arrival is more like a converted motel. The rooms have a dated remodel, and while clean and functional, the decor is tired and predictable. Breakfast service was repetitive with no fruit or grab-and-go type items. The walls are paper thin. Hearing neighbors should be expected. The Internet did not service the entire hotel. If you are there for business, request a room with a strong signal. I was advised that my poor and intermittent connection may be due to weather. It rained one day in the six days I was there, the remaining days were 70 degrees or higher. I had to leave my room and walk the halls to get connection to send/receive data. For the few moments I was able to relax, a simple TV channel guide would have been helpful. The hotel was not a full service during my stay. Housekeeping meant putting your trash in the hallway to be serviced and towels were to be requested if replacement was required. There was no bed service unless your stay exceeded 7 days. Much of this was due in part to COVID and not fully within the hotel's control.

This property would NOT issue a receipt for my one night stay since I booked my room thru a third party. Especially interesting since front desk staff asked me repeatedly for my email address to send my receipt upon checkout. If I paid them $$, why the heck can they NOT issue an emailed receipt? Also tv in living area did not work; thermostat did not work. Couches were disgusting, severely stained and very lumpy. Yuck. Beds were comfy but attached living area was purposely avoided and useless. Room 206

I love this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome. I stay here sometimes just because the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. I love their breakfast....and Frank, the manager, is amazing. I feel safe at this hotel.

Felt welcome from the minute I walked in the doors to check-in. Frank did and excellent job at making sure me and my four little one's were well informed of the amenities that the best Western meridian has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised to see a HOT breakfast the next morning. The pool was perfect temperature and the room was nice and cozy .Will definitely be staying here again.

We always stay here when we go to Disneyland it is only about 6 miles from the park. The prices are lower than the ones close to the park. The rooms are great. The pool area is very nice. Breakfast is also part of the package. this time the breakfast could of been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had were taken care of right away. We have stayed here many times and we will return again.

There were no trash cans, they asked you to leave your trash by the door and they'd get it. When we returned at the end of the day the front door was covered in ants, and ants were in our room. They did nothing about it and acted inconvenienced by being asked to come take it away. Lack of basic amenities like towels, toliet paper and sheets/blankets for the sofa bed.

Decided to make my way back to the Best Western turn another visit to Orange her business. Delighted to see that breakfast was up and running again and that things are actually back to normal. Did I mention the breakfast is open again! Best breakfast in town I say that was super nice as always. Thank you Chase for being a stellar front of the house rep. i had a great time here. The staff from security to the general manager were all nice and helpful. Thanks to frank, glenn, xen, and the 2 security guards for all thier help. When askedbabout the area they were knowledgeable.

Super nice front desk receptionist had a problem with my first room told him about my issue he gladly without a issue gave me a another room to stay in. Quite, clean room ! Always enjoy my stays here would recommend (:

Our room was 339 , This hotel is old and dirty it needs to be update fast. The carpet was dirty, it had no shampoo/conditioner I had to go downstairs to get it. I am sorry but I feel embarrassed that I took my family to stay in this hotel. The worst thing was there was a RAT in our room! We left some bananas on the kitchen table and when we came back from Disneyland a banana was on the floor and it looked like a rat bit it. The whole family trip was nice except our hotel stay, so pay a little extra and stay in a better and cleaner place please!!

Staff was very friendly & always helpful. Great location, close to dining, shopping and freeway. Parking was convenient & we were always able to park close to an entry door. Lobby was welcoming an well decorated.

I love staying at this Best Western & always get a suite. The rooms are always very clean, spacious, & extremely quiet. And I just can't say enough about the wonderful staff that is always helpful should you need anything at all! They are so happy to go the extra step to take care of you! I have already made my next reservation to come back to this wonderful hotel.

Frank and the crew are the very best!! Just simply outstanding. They will tend to your every need. The pillows and the beds are super comfy. The showers are great as well. Soap dispensaries are easy and convenient in the shower. All hotels should have the dispensaries set up like this. I have stayed at this hotel many many times and it is fantanstic! Thumbs up!

hotel is outdated, no friendly staff, bugs above sink vanity area, tile base inside the bathroom coming out and you can whole on wall. i did not tell front desk bc there is NO point of tell them due NO hospitality service when we arrived. lobby smell so bad when we were leaving next morning.

When we checked in we had reserved 3 separate rooms. The front seat check in lady was very confrontational and rude when answering questions about the rooms. When we checked in the refrigerator was broken and would not stay closed, but that was not our biggest problem. THERE WAS A SANATIZED RIBBON ON THE TOILET SEAT THAT I REMOVED TO FIND URINE ALL OVER THE SEAT AND FLOOR. When I contacted the front desk and spoke to the same woman at check in I was told there are no other rooms and that the manager was at lunch and would call me back later. She was very rude and didn't even offer to have someone come clean the room. I got a call back from the manager who proceeded to offer me rewards points, but never offered to come have the room cleaned until I asked to have our cleaned so we could use the restroom. I have stayed here many times over the last 13 years, as well as recommend family and friends to stay there as well. I WILL NEVER stay there again or recommend them in the future.

We canceled the room weeks before the check-in date due to the entry ban, but they still took money from our account. Even though it was free cancellation. Does not respond to emails, has sent several. Going forward with this via booking.com now. Does not feel like they should belong to the best western group.

Me and my family had a really good stay here and the staff was excellent. They really made us feel welcomed. I would stay here again. 100% recommend for you and your friends and family. They keep the place spotless.

The first room ac didn't work, smelled like poop! It looked like somebody threw up on the carpet. Torn furniture. Next room had toilet paper in the toilet and a French fry on the floor. That's clean? Never again!

The stay for me this time was the worse. My room was never cleaned. I ask about the garbage and was told...there is a trash can at the front you can use. Also, this room had no hairdryer. This did not feel like home. This was my go to home away from home. Never again will I stay here.

Pros: Felt safe and was quiet. Rooms are spacious. Interior rooms face the pool courtyard. Cons: Aggressive messages around hotel about kicking out smokers(we aren't smokers, but still). No breakfast or even an attempt to offer a to-go option. We had to make a grocery run to pick up supplies after checking in and finding no breakfast would be served. Not even coffee. Suites have cabinets and counter space, but there is no way to prepare a breakfast.Not a bowl, glass, plate, flatware or dishsoap. We were placed in a room that did NOT have their put-your-card-in-the-slot to operate the thermostat. We later found out this was the only way to adjust the thermostat. When I couldn't turn on the air conditioner, I was told to put my room key in the (nonexistent) slot. The security guy came to our room to discover there was no way to adjust the thermostat. It's now 11:45 pm and we pick up all our belongings and walk to a new room in our pjs. We had to ask to have $$ taken off our bill. No customer service. (Okay the security guy was very nice, front desk was not). If you can find a similarly priced hotel, go there instead.

Memos everywhere of required mask mandate, however, staff seemed to think it's optional. Pretty lobby, outdated rooms. Breakfast is not served..but is still advertised during booking on their site. Not worth the value of the stay. Update your rooms, clean your sheets(I had other peoples hair particles in the bed)

Although there was no breakfast, it was still a very nice hotel, close to shops, restaurants, etc. Saw fireworks from Angel Stadium, within walking distance to Orange Outlets Mall, restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

this hotel is easy to find, in a quite area. close to stores and restaurants. check in was fast and easy. staff was very polite and helpful. room was spacious and clean. beds were comfortable. pool area was clean, hot tub near the pool. very nice court yard to sit out in.

The negatives: - The room was dirty with the exception of the bed. - Furniture was in poor condition - They do not offer the breakfast that was advertised on their web site, and I am looking at the modified one. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the pandemic and a water/cookie does not do it. - Gym was closed with no indication on web site. The positives: + Great location in terms of being close to Anaheim attractions, but you'll need a car. + The hotel was quiet. + Seemed pretty safe. + Parking is free. Overall this is a dirty hotel and one of the worst I have stayed at in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of the furniture. The only upside in that respect was the bed was clean, and the only reason I stayed one night.

last minute trip to orange county because of a family emergency had my anxiety through the roof . After going to pretty much every hotel around town I stumbled on this place. The parking lot was packed and sure enough the gentlemen up front said that they were sold out. i was out front having a cigarette and in tears, I just needed a comfortable place to lay my head down and at this point i would have no choice but to sleep in my car. Frank the GM walked out to take a break and began chatting with me. I told him what my situation was and said he would see what he could do. He returned and said that I was in luck because he had a couple of the housekeeping still on the clock and was having them get a room cleaned and sanitized down for me. I cant tell you how grateful i am, I know for a fact that no hotel would have their cleaning ladies stop what they are doing to make a room available for just some walk in. These guys really do care and if there were more people out there like Frank this world would be so beautiful. Thank you Frank for going above and beyond god bless

Back in town for business and gotta give my thanks to the staff of the Best Western. Front of the house customer service is 2nd to non. Enjoyed the VIP suite for the week and I wish I did not have to leave. The huge jacuzzi tub is so amazing and will induce some pretty great sleep, not to mention the very comfortable King bed. Looks like they are gradually opening up the other amenities that were closed due to covid. Pool is opened and from what i could see they are getting the breakfast area ready. Hopefully my next visit they are up and running 100% Thank you Mr. Frank for proving a home away from home, see you all soon

I checked in and went to my room to find that someone had been laying on the bed, and left a half of a still cold 24oz beer on the night stand. In a quick scan I found nothing in the closet, but that the toilet had been used. I called then went back to the front desk and insisted on another room. They stated that '...it was probably the pool guy or one of the facilities workers that did it...' I would consider that a rather cavalier answer for a very serious employee/security issue. I didn't have the option to find another hotel that late in the evening and took the different room. The other room was clean and comfortable and what you would expect. I still believe they have a serious issue that management should deal with.

Needs new towels, replace faucet at sink, fix exhaust fan in bathroom. Noise from outside and from room to room was a lot. Room fixtures dated. Poor tech support. No breakfast available and it was not reflected in a discount. Breakfast was listed as included when booked on Best Western web site.

Very nice rooms just not clean enough to satisfy the customers there was dust on the floors and stains on the sheets but the service was good and nice room set up despite the few things that were wrong

I have been staying at this hotel since 2011 every time I am in California. They have remodeled the lobby since and it's extremely fast check in. I would highly recommend. Suites are accommodating and serve its purpose

We had such a good time last te at this hotel that my daughter asked to return to it and so we did, except this time was all bad, at check in we were told no breakfast and no pool available even though at the moment of booking through THE BEST WESTERN website it stated full breakfast included and pool available, since it was late and after a long road trip i decided to say ok and just ask for a discount wich they said no, i felt i was lied to, but we were tired so we stayed anyway, next day i asked for ONE more towel, again i was told no, thats no way to treat a repited client

A map of the facility and instructions on how to get to our room from the attendant at the front desk would've been nice. It's a large hotel, and the team member at the front desk gave us the impression our room was up the elevator and down the hall. In reality, we were on the other side of the facility and we got lost. We had to ask a security guard where our room was. In a large hotel like this, we should've been shown where our room was on a map and shown where to park our car near our room. No instructions like that were given. The room was less than impressive: stuffy with not adequate circulation. One narrow window for the entire room--even with the air conditioner, it was unsatisfactory. The dresser was off-balance, and one of the drawers wouldn't say closed. The bathtub faucet was spraying more water than what was coming out of the shower head. This place is sub-par for a BW Plus. It's even sub-par for a regular Best Western. We'll never stay here again, and will recommend people to avoid this hotel.

Hotel review This is a very odd hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights while our home was being remodeled. The pictures and description on the website is misleading. Overall the hotel (at least our room) was not bad. It was clean and very large. The bed was comfortable enough. Enjoyed having doors to separate rooms as hubby and I both were working from the room. Great area in kitchen to work. Wifi was good. Room was very quiet. Small fridge and a microwave. AC was great! Very close to Angels Stadium, OC Outlets (Block of Orange), and Disney. Close freeway access. We enjoyed our stay here and might stay here again. The room was very dated. The carpet is newer but the rest of the room and furniture are very old. The building itself is odd, it is either an old office building that has been turned into a hotel or the office building was built around the hotel. Can't open up windows unless you want everyone looking in. To turn on lights and AC, need to leave door card inserted into a box. Get an extra key to leave this on so you don't return to a hot room. The lobby is very nice, modern, and updated. But once you get to the halls, a time warp occurs. Halls are dirty, utility panels on walls are off or missing, floor is uneven, carpet it old and coming up from the floor. Some issues due to website not being updated 1.5 years into Covid: 1. Website says pool is open. Front desk says pool will open tomorrow. It never opened. Update the website, don't say you offer something that has been closed for 1.5 years. 2. Website says breakfast is provided. Front desk says breakfast may start service tomorrow. It never happened. They provide To Go bags with a granola bar and a water, but this does not qualify as a breakfast. Again, take this off the website if it has not been offered for 1.5 years! 3. House keeping is not provided. 4 days in a room and no cleaning. Our trash was never emptied and no new towels provided. Need to call the front desk to get service between 9am-9pm. Saw people put trash outside their door, it was never picked up. This should be stated on the website.

Stay away. I called to confirm all the amenities were in play and was told of course they are. The Big Lie. This supposed plus hotel was the only plus in a 25 mile radius with no amenities. No room cleaning was the worst. They would not even bring up clean towels too, I had take the towels to the front desk ( they counted them) to get clean ones. THIS IS NO LONGER A BW PLUS!!!!! 3 day stay and not even ar least vacuum the floor. Breakfast was a warm water and a hard granola bar but sure did charge you full price.

I was very disappointed with room and staff at this so called hotel. By far the worst experience I've had at any hotel especially a Best Western. The noise on the 1st floor was unbearable as was the smell of the room. The chair in the room was some nasty dirty that I would not sit in it to save my life.

Came into town for another week and BW was my first choice. They yet again reminded me why they will forever be my first choice. Great customer service, Frank the general manager was very welcoming and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you staff, thank you Frank See you soon

First room had not been cleaned, and had drugs dropped on the floor by the closet. Desk staff was extremely un professional when I got him to pay attention to me. The second room was better, but not by too much. At least no drugs on the floor. Trach was emptied, and furniture appeared to be wiped down. Unbelievable anyone stays here for business.

My family loved this hotel not the first time that we stayed there but this one was very disappointed carpet looked disgusting same as the couch dirty bathroom hair in the floors ,I hope they can get back to the high standards because the rooms are amazing for a family trip

I love this hotel you get a suite at half the cost of a normal room at other places.. I have been here multiple times in the past.. I always dont want to leave when my stay is completed :) the General Manager and the manager here are top notch quality thank you !!

I have stayed here often and if I could I would give 7 stars the staff is helpful attentive and friendly Frank is the best I'm so pleased with my experience here and recommend anyone coming to the Anaheim orange area to come here for lodging.

Was quoted a larger room (a suite) than I received but the front desk would not refund me any of my money when I brought it to their attention. Price was too high considering there was no pool, spa, breakfast, laundry room, ice machines broken. But most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean

Words cannot express my appreciation for their efforts in going above and beyond for my family, business associates, and I. I have been in town for work for an extended time now about a year and a couple months extended. I was at the Ayres for my first few months and decided to try these guys out because its conveniently located just across the street. the move was the best move i've made thus far. I have stayed in probably every room from the handicap accessible rooms, to the standard king rooms, i have stayed in the king suite and for the past almost month I have made one of the VIP suites my nest. If you have the money to book it and its available i highly recommend it. I have been to many hotels and Best Western here in orange has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. No joke! The rooms are well kept, House keeping ladies are super sweet and always eager to provide anything I ask for. The front of house team are really fantastic! super accommodating, very nice and have a guest first attitude. From day 1 Frank the GM has gone above the call of duty to make me feel safe and welcomed here and has truly been a blessing. I have gone through so much this past year and These guys have been my rock! It gets hard sometimes being alone and living in a hotel, working 10-12 hours days at times with a stress level past 10 but when I walk through those doors and get welcomed by Frank or the staff i cant help but smile and in that moment my problems and stress of my day are gone. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate you all very much.

I travel Alot with my husband for his work and I absolutely love staying at this specific location. It is by far my favorite hotel let alone the most amazing Best Western to stay at . Frank the manager is the best and most helpful hotel manager I have ever delt with. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and the price is unbeatable when it comes to having a suite with a full kitchen. Would recommend staying here with 5 plus stars !!!

Our family loves this hotel for it's location and great staff. It's location is close to everything we need around the area. Doordash also delivers so it makes our stay much more enjoyable when we feel the need to stay in.

I couldn't wrote enough amazing things about this place. Frank(the gm) has treated myself, my lady, and our boys like family. We all hate check out day when we stay here. From my countless stays for work in different hotels around the country I was left with a poor view on pretty much all hotels from staff to hospitality. This is truly the last hotel on earth that is genuine, caring, and helpful. There isn't enough space to wrote all the good experiences. I'll never EVER stay at another hotel in this state as long as frank is still there.

This place is absolutely awesome fro. The maintenance all the way to the manager Frank. What good people they are. Kind welcoming and very accommodating. They helped me and my family when no one else would. The amount of joy they have from their guests is great. It's quiet and clean always. Very professional. But very welcoming. It's southern charm at its best. Frank ,bill, Jimmy thank you all for the hospitality. I will repay your kindness for sure. Thank you so much. And God bless you all.

The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are crazy quiet. It is near a freeway but you would never know based on the soundproofing. No breakfast left us shocked. There is no excuse and COVID is no longer a valid excuse. This was the 5th BW hotel for us in the same week in the same state (CA) and all of them offered breakfast. That being said we will still return again and again but at some point management just looks like they are using COVID as an excuse to skimp. BW Plus status may end up being downgraded.

We have stayed at this hotel a lot in the past because it was a great hotel and a really good value, but after this last time there, we probably will not be back. The staff are not bad, but not great, and I'm ok with that, but you can tell with all the signs up that if there is any cussing at the staff you will be kicked out that this place is not doing great. Now with the pandemic, I understand thigs and amenities may be closed/not available, but thats no excuse for to overall quality of the hotel to decline, no hot breakfast, ok, but the "grab n go" breakfast is a Costco bottle of watrer and a Costco granola bar. I have stayed at several other Best Westerns that do a much better job at the grab n go . The room was cleaned to a good level, but there were no bath/wash towels in the room? Go to the fron desk...no towels, they are out, house keeping will bring some, how is a hotel at 20% capacity "out" of towels for guests. Out AC unit in the room would come on one time, then never again, so all night someone would have to get up to make an adjustment to it to make it come on again, not great at all. The front room sink was also clogged when we arrived, so I had to call the front desk to deal with that. Other guests always used to be family's and it was a fun family friendly hotel, now police patrol the parking lot, and they were parked out front on day 1 of our stay, the guests now are not so family friendly, one couple kept walking around with their Pitbull who was really aggressive towards us, and I'm pretty sure against hotel policy. Again, LOVED this hotel in the past, but unless something changes I won't be back. Not sure if the owner/management company changed, but something is defiantly changing for the worse at this property.

The 2nd room was in good working condition, but I feel that the perimeter of the Whole Hotel could be more Clean and Secure. My stay was very quiet and relaxing after we had to switch room due to slight Maintenance issues.

This hotel was so stained and filthy, I thought I was staying at a 30 minute hotel in Long Beach. Had 3 rms. All the same. After complaining and changing arms, the staff was nice and accommodating, but how many arms do you need to know the whole place is a trash hole.

Frank the GM and Jimmy at the front desk are excellent and go above and beyond. I respect their attention to detail and customer service tremendously. In fact everyone who works there from house cleaning to maintenance has provided excellent service with such positive and friendly attitudes. This is a go to spot for me in Orange County for sure. I booked this place because it was a Best Western Plus. Thinking it had higher standards because of its Plus rating. The plus is for the many infectious diseases you could contact by staying here. The door knobs were crusty as well as countertops in the VIP suite. Unidentified body fluids all over the bathroom. Some one elses hair in the bed. Dirty tile as well as the closet door guide rails that had a thick dry substance on it. I was shown and upgraded 3 times within an hour. Each room progressively more disgusting. We left immediately, Do not stay here unless you would like to become ill. Definetly NOT COVID SAFE.

The hotel looks like it used to be an office building and is in fact surrounded by office buildings in an odd location that isn't really near anything except the highway. I would consider this more like a motel than hotel. It was cheap (around $89/night on Booking.com) but I still expect it to be clean. We had so many issues with our room that we had to move. The front desk staff (Jimmy and Chase) were exceptional and accommodating. The hallways were so full of litter and we never saw anyone vacuuming in the 4 days we were there. There is a small strip mall across the parking lot with a taco restaurant and a few blocks down is a 7-11 convenience store (no gas) but other than that there is nothing around there. I would not stay here again.

I have been staying here at the Best Western plus meridian in Orange for about 2 months already and I must say that I get sad on the 28th day when I have to check out for a day and make sure I have a reservation to come back ASAP the staff there are all very polite they have patients great customer service the rooms are very clean and I'm very much satisfied thank you Best Western for making my family and I feel like home and Frank and Jimmy and Bill the maintenance guy they're all awesome thank you guys

First off I could never thank frank and his staff enough, I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart. I had the rear passenger window busted out the night before I came here, Frank called my room the 1st morning to inform me my window was down. I informed him of it being broken out he offered to cover it up for me as I had tools and clothes in there. They put such care into it that I may never fix the window ;) just kidding. But seriously this staff had no reason to care about my car or belongings but they did. I'd recommend this place to any and everyone.

Beds were comfy, liked the living room area, other guest left trash outside door, which stayed there for at least 12 hours. Carpets need serious cleaning or replacement. Other wise everything else was clean and we were comfortable with our children there.

We had a great stay at this Best Western Plus! Frank was so joyful and willing to answer any questions we had. He goes above and beyond on his job! Also, all pens to sign paperwork with and room keys are sanatized between each use. They keep the property up to date and very clean! Give this place and this experience 5 stars!

I was placed in room 342 and there's a guy next door holding a big joint of weed and smell of weed is occasion defected. I think he may be selling something. There were people standing outside side entrance waiting for someone to let them in. They looked lost and up to no good. This place has become shady since the last time I stayed. The facility is no longer as clean as before. The doors to cabinets was broken and there's a big slit in the sofa. The air condition was blowing on one side of the bed making it difficult for everyone to be comfortable. There's bugs and ants all over in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends and family. Too bad this will be my last day as I will be coming back to this location or maybe any Best Western.

12night stay. Room is good for the rate. Due to pandemic that the following are non-operational - pool, gym, washer/dryer. I also do not consider a bottle of water and a granola bar as breakfast:). Room services are suspended and you will have to go to the front office and gather your toiletries mostly every other day (some days they ran out but quickly re-ups later part of the day). The room can be cleaned if you request for it. Go with the GM (Frank), he has exceptional customer service skills and will make sure your stay will be pleasant.

I didn't like that we were asked to leave by police escort for Unnecessary reasons Best Western has fully disappointed me because I was a paying customer for more than just one day I was a paying customer for I believe a week and a half therefore I should a little bit more but unfortunately this Best Western is and being run by a certain individuals who like to pass judgment on people and unfortunate for them I will never give them any more of my business

The only reason for falling behind in cleaning or service is because of the pandemic for which Best Western cannot be blamed. Despite this, the Best Western staff exceeded our expectations. Great stay

The front desk staff was great. The rooms, decor, floors (especially in bathroom), tub, and bed sheets are all old. The couch was worn. The two extra chairs with the table were completely worn and dirty. The tile in the tub and sink are were cracked. Sheets seemed to be clean, bu they are old and the blanket in between looked like it had seen better days about 20 years ago. Everything is just dated. The room space was fine. Not much lighting in the parking area. We just slept there and left in the morning. It was not work the amount we paid.

The reservation was all messed up but frank the manager stood up and did what managers do took charge and made my stay extremely comfortable and for that I send this review would I stay there again yes this is one of my fave riots spots and I will return to this place again

I want to thank Jimmy for making my stay amazing he was so nice and so helpful with my stay any time i needed help with anything he took care of from clean towels to trash being thrown out along with anything else

I was checked in by Frank the manager and the service was part excelance. Will be back again. Also the rooms were beautiful and clean and hotel areas were disinfected. I am impressed. This hotel deserves a ten star review or higher, I am well pleased with the stay.

AAA rated this hotel 3 stars. It is not. It is a 2 star hotel. Good value for those on s budget, though. The breakfast was good. The pool and courtyard area was very nice. Location was good. Walls are very thin and the water pipes are very loud.

We booked this hotel for a recent stay (Feb. 26th to Feb.29th) and really enjoyed our room. We booked a king suite was very nice! Room has a nice front/living room with kitchen counter equipped with sink, coffee maker, microwave, table then couch and chair. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is a "hot"breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and oatmeal with also fruit, cereal and yogurts. we would for sure stay here again.

We spent 8 nights in a accessible suite. This hotel met all of our needs and the staff was very friendly. King bed was very comfortable and teenage daughter had no complaints about the pull out sofa bed.

The hotel was definately older with older furnishings and we found the room quite dark but otherwise clean and comfortable. Noise from other rooms could be heard. The breakfast offered a variety but was not of good quality.

I love this location for my stay in anaheim. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are my favorite it feels like VIP King high roller room . I wish I could stay here all month. A other stay will come up soon. And I will return for sure

the hotel facility is nice. The staff, unprofessional. They rented my room to another guest and 1.Did not tell me about it 2. Moved my personal belongings 3. Left a maintenace radio in my room 4. Offered no compensation Mistakes happen, I understand this. The way they handled the mistake is unacceptable. Basically, they tried to hide a major breach of security and privacy...this ruined my impression of this hotels management

I was asked to move rooms because my kids were too loud, but I requested a room on bottom floor when I made the reservation that was not honored and you're in the manager was very rude to me and asked me to keep my kids quiet and I told her I'm going to be here the next three days. She kept telling me there was no rooms available to move me to but after I send that and then she all of us and said put me in a different room with an extra bed. But that room she said was not grade and when I got there that room was awful. The front door how to gap At the bottom so cold air would come. Throughout the whole night the heater would only heat up to a certain. Temperature so it was very cold awful for my kids. The only thing good about the whole experience was that they had a shuttle that would come directly in front of the hotel and take you to Disneyland. Other than that my whole experience at that place was awful would not recommend if you have children because they will complain and make you feel awful. And it's not like you're getting a room for you there. You're a paying customer and should be treated with respect. But manager was very rude.

We booked a 2 night stay so that we could be close to Disneyland and not have to make the 3 hr drive home after a long day. We booked a standard king bed room. The room was typical of a basic room but in need of a good cleaning. The bathroom floor had dried spots of something gross near the toilet. We didn't want to even remove our shoes to walk around. The faucet handles were loose and missing a cover on the left side. The bathroom door squeezed very loudly. With not feeling comfortable and this being said, we decided to leave a day early and make the drive home. This was the very big negative at this hotel. Now the positives... check in was fast and front desk was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast is included and opened at 6:30 weekdays and 7 on the weekend. Again, the employees were very friendly. The location is about 10 min away from Disneyland and it was very convenient. Across from the parking lot, there are a couple of places to eat. We ate at Peppitos Mexican Food and recommend it. Friendly service, food was good and reasonably priced. We were in room 214.

First tine here. Booked on a friends recommendation. Was a great stay. Great price on a two room suite. Quiet and Comfortable ....Room had a slight old hotel musty odor...but not horrible. Slept very well....bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. All in all...excellent stay...I'll be back!

Nice hotel with very good location, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, very friendly and helpful staff, the only disappointing thing was that the elevator was not working and after 3 days walking through Disneyland what you most want is to avoid any additional step. Good and complete breakfast to be a hotel.

The rooms were a little outdated (chipping paint in areas, etc) but overall we were very satisfied with our accommodations. Beds slept wonderfully. Staff was very friendly. Convenient location to use the ART Shuttle for Disney. Hot breakfast (sausage, eggs, waffles, etc) was delicious and the breakfast area was maintained well. We'd stay again if in the area!

This hotel was perfect for our vacation! It was me, my husband, and our 2 boys(14 and 7). We had the King suite and it was the perfect amount of room! The breakfast was just enough and not overly packed at anytime you are able to make it down. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the evening! They have guest laundry as well with one unit each, just make sure you bring your own quarters as we were unable to get quarters on the property. And finally, the ART bus picks up directly in front of the hotel doors so it is super convenient, and not a long bus ride!! We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel!! P.s. it's also very close to the outlet shops so if your up for it and want to shop, it's one stop away coming from the outlets!!

This hotel is showing its age. The patina from guests trundling through the rooms has not been kind to the hotel nor its staff. It needs new bedding. The drain in the tub is clogged. Just like the staff, slowly trudging through its paces... Enough to do the job but not really well.

Great staff, but the hotel is getting pretty run down. The “suites” no longer have any amenities and in fact kitchen cupboards are nailed shut! Linens and towels are old. Bathroom had cracks and chunks of grout and rust. Time for upkeep!

The service at this BW is extraordinary ! We travel a lot now that we are retired and mostly stay at BW. This particular BW is BY FAR THE BEST WE'VE EVER VISITED. We shall stay here every time we travel to Orange County on business and leisure ! The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, the food is good, the coffee is delicious, the friendliness of the staff is exemplary ! Thank you BW !

Stay here every year for an annual trip to Disneyland. It's like McDonald's, you know what you're getting and you get exactly what you are expecting. The location is within 10 minutes drive from Disneyland with great freeway access.

We have stayed here several times over the years and will continue to stay here. I love the pool, it is a salt water pool, and the pool area is lovely and private only to thoes staying in the hotel. Service has always been exellent!

A beautiful two room suite. It was spacious and nicely appointed. It was very clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was great. Close to the freeway and fabulous restaurant and a discount mall. My significant other travels often and we love to stay at Best Western Hotels.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Being that we require an accessible room (my partner has MS & is a wheelchair user) they were very accommodating & helpful. The accessible rooms were great, very clean and comfortable. The shower was the best, tons of hot water & pressure. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options and three waffle makers! They also offered soy milk which was great for us. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. I highly recommend staying here & would happily go back.

So I stayed here for 4 days with my sister and our 2 kids for a Disney girls trip The room itself was extremely spacious it had a pull out couch bed for the kids and a large bed for the adults There was a nice kitchen area which is perfect for anyone wanting to bring some stuff to eat like cereal or bagels just easy stuff like that there was also a little table and chairs which was nice to be able to have the girls eat at The room was extremely comfortable and I only had one complaint which is the shower it was so clogged up and the water took forever to drain so when you were showering water was at your ankles and that's just gross to me if it wasn't for that I would have given this hotel 5 stars We were about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland and we just took Uber there and back and each trip ranged about $8-$10 depending on the time we requested the Uber which is a lot cheaper than Disney parking or us having to deal with driving there ourselves Also the free breakfast is amazing! There are so many options and it's like a buffet style and the fact that you get so much great food for free was a plus! Saved us more money to spend at Disney! I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to anyone great comfortable stay

The Best Western has room for all of us to sleep. We had a party of five and everyone had somewhere to sleep. The price was less than everything else next to Disney and we did not have to pay for parking to stay there. The pool and courtyard was nice and well kept.

The two-room suite with kitchenette was great; it's easy to think of staying there a week or two. The room had good amenities including several pillows to choose from, two TVs and lots of towels. At 8:00pm I'd been listening to loud drilling noises for quite awhile (30 minutes?) and couldn't tell where they were coming from. I called the front desk, and the noise stopped. But then at 10:00pm suddenly there was drilling again, and hammering! I called again and the same clerk said she would try again. She called right back and said maintenance was working in the room next door. She got them to stop. I was surprised they started again at 10 after I complained at 8. The front desk clerks in the evening and in the morning were very professional and helpful. I won't stay here again. But if you do, I suggest getting a room away from the pool. The pool and courtyard are very nice but there's some noise from it.

$125/night got me a huge 2 room suite with a full sitting area and kitchenette with microwave, fridge, full sized sink, cabinets and a table/chairs! Plus sitting area with sofa and armchair for my kids to game with the gaming console they brought from home. Plus actual closable doors to the bedroom! Plus free full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles plus all the other usual stuff, free high -speed internet (so our Roku could play all our favorite Amazon Prime and Netflix), free parking, laundry onsite with a beautiful, luxurious pool/hottub surrounded by palm trees and a rock fountain all situated in an inner courtyard area with tables for eating the free awesome breakfast! Totally worth staying 6 miles from Disneyland for! Plus the Uber ended up being cheaper than parking would have been! Assuming the prices stay low, we will definitely be staying here again! This same kind of experience will cost $250/night near the park!

If youre in the mood for a late 80s refurbished office building with the only real updates are hackjob bandages instead of a much needed overhaul, an awkward color scheme and a bathroom that feels like an afterthought then bestwestern meridian is the place for you! Im not saying this is a bad place. I mean yes, the front desk never answered my calls; yes, they ran out of blankets, pillows and towels and yes, the free wifi was non-existent but nobody truly stays here for the hotel experience especially when Disney is only a 5 min drive away. In the end, Price is reasonable; Great features include an incredibly convenient freeway access, hotel breakfast and a chinese restaurant that delivers for free. For the price...ehh its convenient.

The room was outstanding! I don't believe there is a better value to be had in Orange. Although the building style is very dated, the customer service and room appointments match or exceed higher cost hotels.

My room was so tiny and so old. It's one of those old motels with a pool in the center. I can not believe this is a 3 star. It's at most a 2. The lobby is very nice as is the staff, but the rooms are just terrible,I'm so disappointed.

Stayed here for 6 nights, room was comfortable and clean air conditioner was very noisy in room though. Fantastic breakfast, pools and laundry and staff were friendly. Location is close to Outlet shopping and several restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Meridian Inn.. I had a very pleasant stay for my 2 days in Anaheim. the staff was very helpful and willing to make me feel at home. I would certainly stay here again. I was upgraded to the VIP room with the Jacuzzi tub and the room had 2 rooms.. very nice .. I didn't want to leave..

With my extended family, I stayed at this property the night before a day at Disneyland. It was only a few minutes farther from the park than those surrounding Disneyland, but it was an easy drive. The rooms/suite were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast area was a bit small, but the choices were good.

Suite with large sofa area, 2 tvs, dining table, micro, fridge, and lots of storage. Very clean and exceptional property with plenty of parking. Clean pool/jacuzzi area. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Shuttle to Disneyland, close to Angels stadium and only about 30 minutes to Huntington Beach. Great location to stay in LA area.

I loved the rooms! They were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The only downside was the coffee mugs that were provided in the suite was dirty. The person at the front desk gave us paper cups to use instead of the dirty mugs. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time we come to Orange County.

Check-In/Check-Out We checked in pretty late and there was a staff on the front desk. He was really nice and accommodating Check out was smooth The Room The room was a small but good size. The Bathroom The vanity sink and showers were separated. I didn't mind this. There was a bathtub with shower. The hairdryer was provided. It was not a high rise building, so windows are overlooking the garden on the same level as the room. Restaurant/Entertainment I don't recall there is a restaurant in place. Hotel Service/Amenities I am not sure if they have a laundry service, where you get to put the coin and do your own laundry. Parking is provided. Overall It was a great short stay. I would definitely come back if it was just a short stay one night or two. The hotel is very affordable.

We have been st this Hotel for 6 years now. We have completed 12 weekend Retreats there, 2X a year. The Manager, Rania is great, she helps us with eveything. We will continue to have our weekend retreats there for a long time.

Stayed here with a large group for youth basketball tournament. Management was easy to work with. Service was very friendly. Building is a little older but very clean and in a great location. Everyone in our group was content - which is rare.

We arrived late and went up back stairs so as not to make a lot of noise for guests who might be sleeping. On the first step in the stairwell there was an overturned plate of breakfast food leading me to believe that it had been there for a while. We were there for 2.5 days and the food was still on the step every time we passed by and it was still there when we left. The carpet in the open corridors was very dirty and the carpet in the room was stained, musty and filthy. If I had had small children with me I would have turned around and left. Since we were two adults and the room was paid in advance we stayed. I kept my shoes on the whole time. The bathroom had mildew in/around the tub and floor tile and the baseboard had about a years' worth of matted dust on it (black matted dust, cream colored painted base). The bed linens were dingy and thin. The upside is that the rooms are very spacious and well laid out, the air conditioning worked well, and the included breakfast was basic but well laid out and fairly tasty. The kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful. That said, it does not make up for the lack of sanitary conditions. We will not be staying there again. I would have expected more for what we paid.

We reserve a handicap accessible room. When we arrived, the promised room was unavailable. We only got excuses from the hotel and corporate and nobody attempted to resolve this issue. We were summarily dismissed and left to solve the problem on our own. No help at all from the company.

This hotel is a great place to stay and i keep coming back. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable! I will be back. The breakfast has everything even the soy/almond milk i use.

First night checking in they had me in the system completely wrong. Pretty sure they just throw wet/dirty towels in dryer for next day use, had 4 long hairs in my “new” towel. Hot tub had green slimy film on it.....gross. had a nice SWAT team drug bust one night...so there's that. Maid made my bed and just my bed while I was in shower...weird, creepy. Rooms, dirty and dusty. Let's just say it's over with the hotel for me.

This was our final stay off our trip and have to say although rooms were fine etc we were disappointed with its position. It is out, nowhere where you could walk to you do need a car. It is right by the freeway so access is good and easy to get to the theme parks only 20 minutes to Disney. The pool area is small, not used much, only in the evenings so could be noisy if your room was facing the quadrangle overlooking that area. We had a king bed suite which was excellent, cleaned everyday, even a sink to wash up plates etc if you eat in. Also the usual sink in room. No room has a fantastic view we had corridor behind ours but vieww was over office and fields. You are also close to Orange County Outlet which has all the usual outlets plus there are a load of bars and restaurants, approximately 5 minutes in car. Breakfast is the usual buffet, make your own waffles and naff sausages. Fruit only bananas and apples plus tub of pre-packed fruit cocktail, not very exciting.

We choose this hotel because it was close enough to Disneyland. Its about a 12 minute car ride. There is also a OC shuttle bus that stops outside of the hotel every hour that will take you to Disneyland. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday. The free breakfast every morning was good - it was the same everyday, eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries and some fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is good, close to the freeway. We were able to drive to some of the beaches in 30-40 minutes. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was very nice too.

We always prefer to stay at this specific BEST WESTERN PLUS MERIDIAN INN & SUITES in Anaheim?Orange, CA because it has always provided for us the most efficient and clean environment. The location suits our needs and is centrally located for us. The staff has always been very accommodating and professionally friendly. Thank you.

I always love best westerns because the the breakfast options. CHEESY EGGS?! IT WAS AMAZING. Other than that, I was disappointed that front desk was not willing to help me check in early even when I made a note in the reservation. They were very dismissive and refused until 3pm. It would if been nice to at least get a call about how my request couldn't be done.

Hotel staff and room were great, location reasonably close to the university - neighborhood clean and pleasant. Hotel quiet, has a small swimming pool, breakfast was included. Room had kitchenette and two flat screen TVs. Very pleasant.

The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The staff were very willing to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved that the room had a mini kitchen area. Breakfast was GREAT! We loved that the hotel offered the ART shuttle and that it picked and dropped us off at the front door of the hotel. We will definitely be staying here again on our future Disneyland trips

This hotel was very interesting. Lobby looked very modern. Building from outside looked like an office building. They have tried to update this hotel and make it an interior corridor property. It was a great idea and and looks okay but removing the stucco would make the appearance of the corridors look better. Either way this did not affect my stay much. The room could have been a little cleaner. The night person who checked me in seemed very frustrated to have to assist anyone. The girl who was working the morning that I checked out was amazing. She explained that the girl who was working the previous night is a new employee and had a rough night. Maybe she was overwhelmed. The morning clerk went out of her way to try and resolve any issues that I had. She is definitely one of the best front desk scents I have encountered.

I like the size of the room. Definetely is very good. I like the way that my kids enjoyed the sofa with their own TV and the beds were comfortable. The AC was good working in the right temperature all the time. The parking and internet are included in the price which is a good win compared with other hotels around this area.

This hotel was the 5th hotel my wife and I stopped in on our honeymoon in August 2018, and we stayed for 5 nights. Our trip to LA was busy as we had planned to see big parts of the city and do a couple of theme parks in our limited days there and the Meridian Inn didn't disappoint as a good base for us. The room wasn't huge, but for the price I wouldn't expect it to have been, but it was a good size for two people with two rather large suitcases. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. As far as the rest of the hotel, the included breakfasts were much appreciated seeing as we had been paying for our breakfasts everywhere else and the unlimited waffle machine was exactly what I had hoped for! The laundry room also was a great help as we were running low on clean clothes, and while it wasn't the luxury of a laundry service from the hotel, the cost of using the machines was much more preferred. Access to the res of the city was great with our rental car (the traffic wasn't as bad as I had been warned it would be) and we got to see a lot of the city. The convenience of the disney bus was great too. Our single day off from all the excitement was spent in/around the pool with a collection of tall boys from the 7/11 around the corner. A highlight of our honeymoon.

My teenager daughter and I stayed here when she was attending a Journalism conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It's about a 10-15 min drive to the convention center, but an easy drive on surface streets not highways. This hotel is really nice, spacious clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds, and a beautiful pool area. The only thing that I thought was a little stingy was that there is a little kitchen area in the room with lots of cabinets, all empty, not a single utensil or plate. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for our recent Disney trip. They do have an ART shuttle that stops here on the hour even though it is a few miles away. We had a car so we used the parking lot. But if you only go back and forth once per day I recommend using Uber or Lyft. They were typically only about $10 each way and parking is $25 now at Disney. So up to you. The location is in a bit of an industrial area so it is quiet. There is a Mexican restaurant and smoothie place in the same parking lot and both are pretty good. An outlet mall is about a 10 minute walk away and they have lots of stores and restaurants to visit. The room itself was not amazing. It definitely is starting to show its age. There was some cracks and chips in the wall and some dirt around the baseboards. The bathroom was small but the bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average. Typical waffles, oatmeal, cereal (my daughter wants you to know they did not have fruit loops), eggs, sausage, juice, yogurts etc. Free so that is the price I love when there are 4 people traveling. Check in was easy. All employees were nice except one older employee one day was wearing a MAGA hat and made me a bit uncomfortable. The gym was very basic with 2 pieces of cardio equipment and a universal weight machine. It wasn't great but I was able to get a decent back and chest vacation workout in. We didn't use the pool but others did and it looked very clean. There is a center area with a fountain and tables to sit at and relax. It was very peaceful in there. They have a laundry machine there but it is $2 to wash, $2 to dry, and $2 for laundry detergent. All in all a decent place for the price and I would stay here again.

I've always had a pleasant stay here. I've stayed here each time I'm in the area and haven't had a bad experience. The breakfast is good, staff is very pleasant and professional, internet worked without complaints. Overall a nice place.

After reviewing all of the hotels in the nearby area of Disneyland this seemed like a great deal, but never again. The pictures online really sold the place. I'd say 80% of the employees we encountered had a horrible attitude. Breakfast is included but I highly recommend you skip it. The only good feature about this hotel is its close proximity to Disney.

We stayed here in a suite. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was in the back of the property - parking is available in the back and we were able to quickly get our luggage into the room through the back door. The location of this property is excellent. It was just a short drive to Disneyland and we were able to easily access the highways for our trips to Long Beach, Seaworld (San Diego), downtown LA etc. Also, the morning breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area.

First we checked in at 9 pm, we arrive around the same time a four other couples. Reception was quick, fast, friendly and efficient, with a friendly smile and tone the entire time. The room was clean and refreshing, and although this hotel could easily be considered a bit tired, the decor and amenities more then make up for it.I loved the energy efficient air condition, which automatically turns off when we pull our room key out. And the shampoo, condition etc had dispensers instead of little plastic bottles. BRILLIANT! And the breakfast! WOW! Fresh waffles, eggs, with cheese, sausage and of course the standard Continental breakfast of toast/bread, bagels, muffins and pastries. But I loved the yogurt and porridge corner, with a selection of topping, and milk alternative options for those who need it.I will return, it was amazing!

I am a corporate travel who booked through company corporate website. The hotel looked nice and different from the outside but the unwelcome feeling from the Check in clerk Natalie and her male co-worker was not so welcoming. I am a Best Western Platinum Member and travel for work weekly. Natalie handed me my American Express Corporate Card back and said no chip no stay. I called the 800 number for Best Western Rewards and customer service who tried to help me but the hotel manager said no chip no stay due to the amount of fraud this hotel experiences. I found myself stranded and trying to find other accommodations. I was very surprised and the no-customer service this hotel offers and for this reason I don't recommend it. The hotel manager was not on duty had to be notified by phone by the male employee. I filed a complaint with Best Western Corporate. No Chip on your card no stay!

Been coming here for 3 years our family loves the service, very professional, we truly Recommend it and as for our family we will continue to stay here every time we come back for our vacation. very clean place and Breakfast is delicious.

The Best part of this hotel is that the cost is much less than the closer, walk-able hotels in the Disneyland vicinity. When you are spending $104 per person for park admission tickets, plus food, car rentals, etc. you start paying attention to what the bill is adding up to. Perhaps more important reasons for choosing this hotel is that it is a clean, 2 room suite, has a very friendly staff and a free continental breakfast is also included with your stay. While this hotel is not as close to Disneyland as some of the other hotels. At a cost savings of 50% or more, it's well worth looking into! This Best Western is only about 1.5 miles from the parks and truthfully it only took us about 15 minutes to drive from the hotel to the Disney Parking Ramp. In the past we have stayed at a Raddison Hotel and a Fairfield Hotel (right across from Disneyland). This Best Western Suites Hotel will be our "go to hotel" in the future! Another plus is all the restaurants and shopping that's available to and from the Disneyland Parks. In fact just 2 block away from the hotel is a huge Outlet Mall with plenty of restaurants in that complex also. While there are many hotels around the Disneyland Parks to pick from, I think you will find that this BW provides a nice balance of Price, Proximity and Needs.

Pros: Friendly + prompt check in/out, comfy bed; clean room; comfy bedb clean + quiet; patio w/ furniture, palapa style umbrellas, man-made waterfall; clean pool, jacuzzi, late check out, yogurt + OJ at breakfast. Cons: Water pressure near non-existent in roll in shower; shower gel, shampoo, conditioner empty in 2 separate areas (reported;) breakfast quality has gone down a lot: Scrambled eggs w/ cheese served in blocks, greasy sausage in place of bacon, no biscuits + gravy, no fresh cut fruit; toxic cigarette smoking on patio near pool/spa. Mini fridge iniroom vs full fridge despite paying for a King Suite Mobility Accessible Rm which used to have a full fridge + full freezer (medically needed.) Priice of ADA room w/ roll in shower is higher than other rooms + is frequently cost prohibitive, so I can't stay here. It'd be great if BW considered charging the same rate as their other King rooms esp since the disabled can already be struggling to "get by" on early 1980s earnings. Charging extra here while cutting corners is a harsh + undesired combination.

We were here for our Anniversary for a Disneyland Trip. We really Enjoyed our Stay at this Property. We enjoyed the Big breakfast in the Morning. What a Great way to start the day! My husband never eats Scrambled Eggs and he had 2 Servings! Only problem we had was the Door was very loud “slamming” until 1am or longer but that wouldn't stop me from staying again! We'll be back in June or July!

The hotel itself was very quiet and our room was spacious. However there were guests above us who were quite noisy. Someone was walking around in their room wearing cement shoes and thumping around for at least an hour each day.

This hotel was very clean, although a little dated. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was very nice from the outside, very well maintained. The inside of the main lobby was even better. The staff was very courteous. I was blown away by the size of my room. For only spending $108 for the night I expected a bed and bathroom. Not only did I have those, there was also a living room and a kitchen I definitely will be back in the future.

Good clean hotel with a breakfast that included eggs, oatmeal, muffins, toast, yogurt and waffles. The location was easily accessible to Disneyland, the outlet stores. The staff was extremely helpful accommodating.

The elevator jerked and grinded to the point that we were scared to use it, the room smelled, probably from the mold in the bathtub,also the hot tub was out of service, and don't be late for breakfast

Hotel employees were extremely nice and welcoming, rooms were very clean. The room that I stayed at was very quiet, which was great! My only con about my stay is that this hotel needs a upgrade for the rooms.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my time here. We stayed here to go to Disneyland. I utilized the shuttle that comes every hour right outside the lobby. I also used a Lyft and it was very inexpensive from this location. Great place to stay and close to all the attractions.

This is the first time I have been to Orange and I was pleasantly surprised to find a great value on a hotel. The rooms are clean with modern decor, the lobby and exterior are well kept modern. Staff was very polite and professional. The hotel is located next to a very nice office complex which made for a very quiet location. There are a lot of great restaurants just on the other side of the freeway just 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again if my business travels bring me to the area.

Before I run out of words here, here's a warning:1. A "Standard" room, while it has a refrigerator, does not have a microwave oven. A suite does.2. There's no way to tell this from the web site unless you consider not including a microwave oven in the list of amenities. Neither the standard room NOR the suite includes a microwave oven in the description.3. The manager said there as nothing he could do because the room I booked didn't include a microwave oven.I wasn't planning to cook dinner there, I just wanted to be able to heat water to make my own coffee. Since the demise of workable in-room coffee makers, these days when I travel, I bring coffee and a filter. I can't remember the last time I've stayed in a hotel of the class of a Best Western that didn't have a microwave, so I don't think it was an unreasonable expectation to find one in the room. Of course I was disappointed about the difficulty of making my own coffee I eventually worked out a satisfactory way of using the coffee maker that was in the room, but it was clumsy. But what really frosted me was the fact that there was no way, when booking the room, to know that it didn't have a microwave oven, and that the manager stuck to his policy. I asked if they had a spare or two if a guest who "deserved" a microwave oven in his room found that the one there didn't work., I was surprised that he said they didn't. I even offered to buy an electric hot pot (about $15) if he would reimburse me or discount a night by $25 or so, and still "nothing I can do." I don't think I had an unreasonable request and this is the sort of thing that a manager should take care of in order to keep a guest happy.The room felt a bit crowded and there was no place to sit other than a desk chair, a fixed bench, or the bed. A king bed is too large for that room. I'd rather have a smaller bed, a comfortable chair, and a little more spacious feeling. Other than that, everything worked, and the decor was nice. To their credit, they put real china coffee cups in the room to go with the crummy coffee and coffee maker. I did hear more than the usual amount of "people" noise and water noise, probably while someone in an adjacent room was showering.The breakfast was decent - oven-scrambled eggs, sausage, English muffins and bread (no bagels), tiny muffins packaged fruit cup, yogurt. The online photos do not match this property. There was black colored mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The late check in guy did not know how to utilize our rewards points and as a result tried to charge us when we clearly had ample points.

The suite room is big and the beds are comfortable. There is also free wifi, breakfast, and parking. This hotel is also cheaper than almost all the other hotels near Disneyland. However, our bathroom was dirty and it looked like it needed to be updated. I still had a good stay and I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit LA again.

Every request for the front desk--extra towels, blanket, coffee was handled fast, efficient and will respect to the customer. it was yes ma'am and yes sir. A very nice and welcoming change. They were appreciative of the customer. Hot breakfast that was good. Good variety also. Room was a little stuffy, but clean and well stocked. The hair dryer was one of the best I have used in a hotel. I would stay again

As Diamond Select members, this hotel is one of our favourites. The management and staff are absolutely amazing and go over and above. The manager George made us feel like we were family. The hotel itself is like a mini oasis with a great pool and hot tub in a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We spent 8 nights here and will definitely return!

Everything was great, except the breakfast. I feel there breakfast is lacking from previous Best westerns I have stayed at. The room was nice and clean, staff was friend and the hotel was quiet. It was in a nice area and we were comfortable being there.

Sam at front desk is the man! He will take care of you. The location looks like a repurposed commercial building but the interior looks great. The rooms are new, clean, and the breakfast is good. I paid $90.00 for a stay here and it was only down the street from the Outlets of Orange. I would stay here again

The rooms in this hotel are fantastic and large . We had a two room suite, included fridge, microwave, table, chairs and we chose the sofa with king bed rather then 2 queen beds. There is a TV on both sides of the suite with double doors which can be closed for privacy. I would have rated this hotel a 5, however the housekeeping was not up to the standards of a BestWestern Plus. I feel the room we were in should have been better cleaned before a new guest was checked in. Bedding was clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle available every hour to DisneyLand for only $5.50 per adult. This includes all day so you can go back to the hotel and rest without further costs. Parking is easy and free, their are no fees for WIFI. This is a great hotel for the price and the breakfast filled our needs. Pool noise can be loud and if not travelling with children would ask for a room that doesn't face that area. Would defintely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. Great price for the area.

On our california holiday we decided to stay 5 nights here as it was in suitable distance from everything. We were obviously slightly worried as it was further away from all the other hotels and cheaper than a lot of the especially for peak holiday time. We soon got over these worries with the friendly staff lovely environment one other kind guests staying. The suites are so spacious and because of the 2 TVs my autistic brother who was reviving from jet lag could go to sleep and the rest of us could enjoy some television and have something to eat at the table. Nobody ever messed with our stuff in the room when we were out and the cleaning staff perfected everything for when we returned. This wasn't really a worry anyway as the safe was average size and could fit valuables such as an iPad (possibly a laptop), keys and money easily inside with room for more stuff. The shower was clean with a large sink/vanity area. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the pool although it is open 9:00 till 10:00 if I remember correctly which is a generous amount of time. In the morning the breakfast included sausages, eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal, granola and muffins. There was also tea, coffee, orange and apple juice always restocked by the friendly chef(s). All this made this hotel one of our favourite places to stay on the hotel (and we stayed in 6 hotels for a total of 14 nights).

This Best Western is in a quiet neighborhood and a good location near the Orange Outlet Mall (scored some good deals) and Restaurants and easy to get around to Disneyland, Vietnamese town and Korean town via highway 22 going west and highway 5 going north. The staff is great and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and well stocked with plenty of choices and can be dined inside or outside by the courtyard with water fountain. Great salty pool and spa with the beautiful tropical decor, a soothing water fountain in a relaxing courtyard with the umbrella on top of the table seating area. The room is a spacious suite with two rooms: one room has a living area with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen with a sink, Microwave and fridge and the other room is the bedroom with very comfortable beds with a TV and bathroom with countersink outside next to the closet. The room is very clean and quiet and TV has many channels including ESPN, CNN, HBO, etc. The bathroom has good water pressure and shower head – love the shampoo and shower soap dispensers. New washcloths were exchanged, trash cans were emptied and beds were made every day during our one week stay. Great breakfast buffet with good hot and cold items like scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffle, muffins, fruits, yogurt, cereals, milk, and coffee. Ample free parking spaces. I would definitely recommend this property and I will stay here again.

We needed a hotel very close to Santa Ana and this fit the bill. It is quiet, parking is easy and the suite comfortable. Though the decor is not great, it is fine for the terrific price which included wi-fi and easy parking. Just note that there is no one to help with bags on arrival or getting to the room - you're always on your own.

It's a hotel enclosed in a building, so when you walk outside your room, it will be the corridor, not directly outside. But there is no air conditioning in the corridor. If there is, it would be better. Everything else is perfect. The suite room is spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices. However, there will be a lot of people in hot season, so sometimes you had to wait in line, for example, to make your waffles. It's pretty close to outlets at Orange, so a good place to stay if you want to shop there, also you can eat there.

For the past 4 years we have held our Marriage Retreat at the Best Western Meridian Inn and Suites. The Manager is so VERY wonderful, her name is Rania and she is so VERY proffesional and Caring. She and her staff help us every time we are there. We just completed another weekend there July 27th-29. We will be back sometime in Feb. of next year

My go to hotel when in Irvine! Great location and nice rooms. Conveniently located near freeways for easy access. Great for families and individuals. Would definitely stay again. Would be great for some updates to the showers and hallways.

This is our preferred hotel when going to Disneyland. It's only a 10-15 drive from the Hotel to the Toy Story Parking Lot at Disneyland. Normally traffic is good and not too congested to and from this hotel. We never have an issue with this hotel. Breakfast is great and a a good variety. Everyone is nice at this hotel.

This really has all you need - clean, spacious room, generous breakfast (if you're not vegan!), close to Disney, factory outlet shops and the interstate. People with kids will love the pool. People without kids might still enjoy the pool, but if not, I'm sure they'll enjoy eating breakfast in the sun near the pool! We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

Im gonna give an honest review cause im like some of y'all that go based on reviews. This hotel is great. If your looking for a high class hotel with some rosé on the side, then this aint it. If you are going to Disney and have a family, then the rooms here are great. The rooms are spacious so you have room to throw all your bags from the many expensive souvenirs things that your kids will play with for 2 days and the pens you're family will end up losing anyway. Theres room for your luggage so you wont have a mess everywhere and you can send the kids to the couch where they can watch tv and you can lay in bed with your dehydrated self. The drive to Disney is less than 10min so dont get confused when Google directions sends you on the freeway and your kinda wondering if your going in the right direction, so trust google. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, but i still lysol the room down cause im a germaphobe who thinks ill contract every disease possible by simply using toilet paper. The breakfast area is a good space, and the breakfast is good. But oh my gawd let me tell you the best part! Theres an employee there, hes a dude and i dont know his name, but he works in the morning during breakfast. He talks with an accent but I dont know his ethnic background and i dont want to assume cause you know people eho read these reviewd are sensitive and may get offended. This dude is nice, keeps the area clean, and makes small talk with people. This dude is dedicated to his job cause when we first got there he was upset they only had 1 working waffle maker and 2 days after he had his second waffle maker working and he was living! He was happy, talking to kids, high fiving people and had a pep in his step. Other employees wouldnt care but the appreciation he had made me happy. This bro made the mornings happy. Overall this hotel is good. I recommend y'all with families who dont mind the drive yo Disney to stay here. Cause damn they dont have these crazy charges like other hotels do. You literally save money here. That money daved went to the awesome restaurant Plaxa Inn at the patk with the bomb fried chicken and bleu cheese. Ok im done now.Love peace and good vibes!!

I was really happy with the size of the rooms and what good prices they had. They have the nicest staff and were so helpful with anything i needed and asked (I locked all my room keys in My room and they gave me a new key right away). This definitely our new favorite place to stay wjen we are in their area.

Good: Very clean spacious room on 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Separate bedroom and living+dining room (with table and microwave, no flatware or cookware), with TV in each room. Breakfast had good variety of cold/hot food/beverages (but room was a bit crowded). Wi-fi easy to connect to and worked fine. Ironing board and iron worked fine. Not so good: Repeated knocking/tapping sound at night, perhaps water hammering in the plumbing. Bothersome but was able to sleep w/earplugs. Mattress was a bit too hard (and I prefer hard). Light switches in odd locations (no switch by front door, switch for the bedroom was in the living room). Had difficulty finding the hair dryer (it was hanging from a hanger in the closet). Price a bit high now that it's summer so perhaps not as good value as other times of year.

We stayed here last night due to a last minute decision. The reviews on here and another site looked good. People rave about the place. Let me tell you what could really happen to you. Whatever you do DO NOT ask for a room in the quietest area of the hotel. If you do, the woman behind the counter will say it's not a problem and “see what she can do” Then she will give you a room number and announce it to the guy behind the counter with her, which would seem to indicate that she is confirming with him that it's the quietest room they have open. They will share a look and he will say “oh room 341? That's the room where we store the fireworks.” Then you will all share a laugh at his joke. You will hurry to your room because you are working remotely that day and have 5 minutes to get logged in but can't help but notice the room is RIGHT ABOVE THE POOL, which is empty at the time. While you are working, within seconds your wife or whoever you are with, will realize that everything in the room is sticky and absolutely disgusting to the point that you shouldn't touch anything or put any of your stuff down without laying a towel down first since you don't own a hazmat suit (at least we don't). Luckily you recently moved and have a container of disinfectant wipes in your car. So you will tell your coworkers you will be right back and take a break and go get it and wipe down the counters so you can finally put down the bags of food you brought. Then while you continue to work, since it is a big project and other people are waiting on you to complete your parts, your companion will spend a few hours scrubbing down every surface they can see with the wipes. In the meantime, families with small kids will decide to use the pool. That's when you will realize the joke is on you and the girl at the front desk was not confirming with the guy behind the front desk that she was giving you the quietest room in the house. She was really saying “Hey, look what I'm doing to these poor saps that dare ask me for the quietest area in the hotel! Isn't that hilarious??” You will realize you might as well be at the pool yourself, since it already sounds like you are and you know the kids by name since they scream them every two seconds while their dads sit in the jacuzzi (nothing against kids or dad's, I'm still both at heart). Except you have to work and your wife or whoever your with is still decontaminating the room. They will call the front desk, open the door and politely ask the guy at the front desk if this is indeed the quietest room they have available. He will have trouble hearing them due to the noise from the pool. Begrudgingly, he will eventually give you another room and meet you there to check the noise level of that room, obviously not happy that he had to do so. Probably partly because the jig is up on the prank the front desk girl played on you and he had to fix it. Since you have about 45 mins of work left to do, the person you are with, who like you, can't stand the noise any more will lug all your belongings to the new room, which is located on the OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BUILDING FROM THE POOL. Which should have been the obvious choice to begin with. The the person you are with will then start to disinfect the new room so you don't both die from some horrible disease. Once you are finished with work you will go to the new room and help them finish wiping everything down and wonder how come none of the other reviews on here mentioned the literally four hour cleaning process it takes to stay here and also wonder if the cleaning service has ever heard of disinfectant wipes. Eventually your anger will subside enough for you to collapse in to bed and fall asleep to the lemony smell of disinfectant, wondering what the fumes are doing to your health, just in time to get a little sleep before you have to get up at 5am to go to work. Sound like a fun night? Take a chance and stay here. Just don't ask for the quietest area of the hotel or the joke will be on you also. We may never stay at another Best Western again, even though we are members of their rewards program.

We walked in at 1 am Friday night with no reservations after driving 8 hours, they welcomed us warmly and gave us a nice room at a reasonable rate. The layout of the hotel is kind of odd, like it was all outdoors but then they built an exterior wall around it. The room was reasonably clean, they brought us extra towels when we asked, but I don't think they brought us new washcloths during our two night stay. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice and clean, the kids enjoyed them. The breakfast buffet was very crowded, but the the staff was very attentive and kept things stocked. The coffee was horrible - Like hot dish water both days we were there. Overall It was OK, if you get a really good deal I would recommend it but otherwise I think there are probably better hotels for the price.

We have stayed here before mainly due to a great salt water warm pool, good hot tub and great breakfast choices but...the new remodel was done poorly. You do have two rooms for a good price compared to other hotels but housekeeping is below average. Good location for travel.

Being from Illinois, we had the pleasure of making this hotel home for a week. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very well kept, good breakfast and very nice location. When visiting California again soon, this will be our choice of stay.

I originally booked at a cheap hotel closer to where my meetings were only to read the reviews and thus cancelled. I was able to book this Best Western the day before I left. A little tired but overall a nice facility for the price and the room was big. Pool looked fun too.

This hotel was a great value and had great breakfast. Super short drive to Disneyland Toy Story parking lot. Front desk Erica was really nice. We stayed there for 5 nights. Short drive to the beach as well. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel for the price. Free breakfast included, all rooms are suites, pool and Jacuzzi. The only negatives were lack of recognition as a BWR member, one of our TV remotes didn't work and the kitchen supervisor was kinda rude. Still would go back next time I'm in Anaheim.

It was okay but simple. Just did not like the idea of leaving a non signed credit card as a deposit. I found out that this is what they do here in California. They don't trust anybody. That's Los Angeles for you. See I don't remenber anything about where we stayed.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel October 2017 and we loved this place. It was clean, the staff was really friendly. Its not super close to Disneyland, but the ART transport stops by and they just make it really convenient. The price was great too. There was great order in room service. My only complaint is the breakfast and the pool... the eggs at the breakfast were incredibly gritty and really fake tasting, I had a bite and threw the rest out and the orange juice was bitter and tasted like bitter water. Which that is just me being picky... But everything else at the breakfast looked and tasted great. And for the pool it was sooooo salty. Like not just chlorine, but it tasted like sweat salt... But besides those few things, the hotel and staff were so kind and amazing the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and outgoing and had conversations with us. We are returning to Disneyland at the end of this year and are booking our stay here again.

Our friends were staying here for a visit to Disneyland, so we chose to book a room here as well. Although the hotel isn't across the street from Dland, the price for the room made up for the lack of convenience. Beds were comfortable and you can tell that the management tries hard to update the property, but in some cases, they went a little too cheap. For example, they didn't replace the medieval era lamps in the bedrooms when updating the room. Instead, you have ultra modern lamps in the living room and the the original lamps from when the hotel opened in the 70s. The bedroom lamps look like they could be used as a weapon in case of a break-in! Also, instead of properly painting the interior of the elevator, the local handyman spray painted it with a rattle can and it looks really bad. The bathrooms were nice and the rooms very large. Breakfast was included and was "just okay". In the end, I don't think you can beat the value!

Upon check in I was not offered a gift bag or my bonus points they will charge your card and if it declines it takes a whole 24hrs for them to run it again but they will not inform u it's being charged they say there systems automatically do it so change your systems duh ?? it's obsered and inappropriate. I've never had such a complicated stay at Best Western wud not recommend this place very inconsistent.

All of the public rooms look like they've been recently updated. They were very clean and modern looking. This includes the breakfast area and the pool/hot tub area. The room itself was very large which was nice, however it was quite shabby and a little dirty. There were stains on the carpet. The head board of my daughter's bed had some sort of whitish liquid that had dripped on it and not been washed off. The sofa in the sitting are was worn and threadbare in places. A good steam clean of the carpet and a thorough cleaning of the room would go a long way to making it a much better experience.

I will try to make this as short as possible and straight to the point. George, in my opinion, should be a respectable Manager because he obviously protects and supports his employees. This is a great trait to have and certainly will win him the loyalty of his employees. For this, I respect him. However, from a customer service perspective, his mentality is that of a child doing what he wants with absolutely no regard for others then gets angry and decides not to be your "friend" because you don't agree with him. I had written a letter to the hotel addressing my complaints about receiving zero customer service during my arrival and stay. I was not informed of anything the hotel has to offer and was never greeted or acknowledged by any staff member there. It was a harsh letter, I admit but it was meant as constructive criticism. As a paying customer, I didn't receive what I paid for. The room was good and clean. But every hotel advertises their commitment to high customer service. If you advertise it, own up to it when you don't. I asked for a refund of my stay because the value wasn't there. I also requested the manager email me his/her response and please do not call me in the room as I will be resting before I leave at 11am. Low and behold at around 9am, my phone rings. George identified himself and begin stating why he is calling. I immediately asked if he had read my letter and he said yes. Then I proceeded to tell him that I requested him not to call me because I am resting and to email me the reply so that it is documented. He then stated that I may have written that but....ok, so you sort of acknowledged my request but you didn't care so you called to disturb my rest in a hotel room I rented. His reply was generic and basically gave me the impression that he is supporting his employee, which is a good thing. A lot of managers these days will not support their employees just to save themselves the trouble of dealing with a complaining guest. I told him do what you must, but please send me an email and I need to rest. He continued talking after this and that frustrated me. I already told him numerous times to put it in an email and he doesn't listen or care. I had the right to be frustrated and he decided to tell me to calm down. I had enough of it so I hung up the phone. He was really aggressive towards me when I didn't see it or agree to his reply. Different opinions, I understand that. But he disregarded my request to let me rest until 11am and made the decision to argue with me. I called Best Western Guest Support and while the agent there was great, but I can tell she was not on my side. I repeated something I told her later in the conversation and she pointed out to me that I already told her that. I can tell she didn't want to deal with this because she called the hotel and spoke to George. She advised me that George has decided to take his offer of 10% discount off of the table and I am being put on the Do Not Rent List. I also told the agent that with the manner in which George approached me, I was fearful of what he might do. So I decided to leave 1.5 hours early because I didn't want this to escalate. I expressed my concerns and obviously the hotel manager did not agree. That's ok, let's move on and I'll deal with it another way. No point in getting into a confrontation with someone you don't see eye to eye. But George's actions today really surprised me. Not only can he not handle criticism towards him or his staff, he puts someone who isn't returning anyways on a Do Not Rent List because I was defending my rest period. If someone invades my personal space, I'm sorry, I'm going to defend it. I know he is going to be reading this and either try to flag it as inappropriate or give a generic and even perhaps, an argumentative reply. Either way, I was a guest at your hotel and I'm expressing what had happened from my perspective. I also have documentation showing everything I said here is true. George can decide not to agree with what the guest is requesting regarding compensation. Compensation is subjective. But don't disregard the guest's request for the sake of forcing your decision on me and then banning me from your hotel for not accepting it. Absolutely the worse experience I've had as a traveler and my background is hotel management which baffles me that a hotel manager would choose to do this. Again, the hotel itself is good for the money. The room is clean and location is good. But the service is not up to standards with the condition of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff were helpful. If there's one thing I suggest the management has to improve on is the breakfast items/choices. We understand it is complimentary so we shouldn't complain about it. However, I really hope they would include more packaged/sealed items (i.e. sandwiches/pastries, drinks). Three of us in the family ended up with Gastrointestinal issues during our stay. We understand that we could have gotten it elsewhere, but we can't discount the fact our exposure there. We ate breakfast there everyday.

We worked to earn our points for a free room but were never given the option to upgrade to the suite we normally reserve. The room we got was small, very noisy, and had very obvious wear and tear like broken fixtures, rusty toilet paper holder, and damaged walls. Also, lighting outside the room was nonexistent and inside was dim. We were jarred awake at midnight by the radio alarm after struggling to fall asleep due to the noisy people above. Sadly, the front desk did not seem to take our issues seriously. Not sure if we will return.

The breakfast was awesome, and more than we expected. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to Disneyland and they even offered a shuttle which was convenient. For the value, I'd recommend it to anyone!

This location is easy to get to from the highway and an easy drive to Disney and Knotts. There is a very nice quiet courtyard to relax in. My one issue with this hotel is the design. All rooms only have windows that only face onto the walkway. There is no way of leaving drapes open for sunlight without people looking in.

Kind of a funky smell but nice big room and easy parking. Price was ok too. Pretty typical budget hotel breakfast. Didn't look like a hotel from City View drive so almost drove past. Wasn't the worst place we've stayed.

So we attempted to check in in the evening and my mother in law was greeted with nothing but rudeness now I get she can be a bit particular but she is the one kind enough to pay for the room she should get what she wants and for the price she should be treated properly this guy was an jerk and when I went to front desk to apologize for any inconvenience he made it seem like he didn't give a care I work at a hotel at the front desk and on the phone and I love my job and my hotel and I would never ever treat my guests like that because without them I don't have a job.Customer service is my passion it's what I'm good at and I don't think it's too much to ask that in return this gentleman and I use the term loosely is an older guy and he was completely rude I will never stay here again just because of that

Stained sheets from the moment we got in.Water got turned off mid day with absolutely no notice. Keys expired 2 days before check out and had to go to lobby to get new ones made. No apologies for any of it. Loud guests in pool staff didn't care about.

I really wanted to like this Best Western, I really did. I'm a Best Western member so I stay with them when I can. I did my research and decided to use this Best Western to get the most bang for my buck while my family visited Disneyland and Knott's Merry Farm over the holidays. Ugh. It fell WAY below my standards of a Best Western. It started with check-in. The guy at the front desk seemed bothered that we arrived early and seemed to be even more bothered when we asked for information on where to eat that was close by. It was like pulling teeth from him. I will say that after we fell asleep in the lobby for about an hour, we were able to get our room early so that was nice. Next it was out toiletries. Our conditioner dispenser wasn't working so I pulled it down and took the conditioner bottle out (a universal sign that something is wrong). When we came back to our room the conditioner was left were I had placed it and the dispenser was closed. No attempt was made to even fix it or find out what the problem was. So I took the initiative to find out the problem and replace it in the dispenser. During our stay we had to ask the front desk for toilet paper twice. We are a family of four and stay there for five days. The coffee/tea amenities didn't get restocked, our ice bucket never got restocked with new bags for ice and our trash can wasn't emptied daily. Key card. Our key card stopped working three days into our trip. Like, it wouldn't let us in the room at all. We notified the front desk and told them we would be out the door by 10am for them to take a look at it. We ended up closing Disneyland that day and didn't get back to the hotel until about 12:30am. When we asked if everything was ok and we could still use our key cards, the guy at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. He simply gave us new cards and sent us to our room. Breakfast. It's a standard Best Western breakfast. Not awesome but not horrible. However, what made it awful was the dining room counter tops are granite (or something) and the food is served on compostable plates. That cold from the counter just seeps through your plate and gets your food ice cold before you are ever able to finish your meal. The dining hall is also between the front entrance double doors and the back entrance double doors, which are left open, in December, although it was only 47 degrees at 8:15 in the morning. If you are staying here in the winter and decide to come down for breakfast, wear all your winter attire or come down quickly, grab your food and head back into the comfort of your room. I'm from Washington and 47 degrees is even chilly for me. When I tried to close the doors an employee waited until I had turned my back to leave and reopened them. She never came up to me for her reasoning as to why they left them open and when I went to the front desk to inquire about why they had the doors open and didn't they notice the people eating in jackets, I was told it's so the guest know that they can enter through there for breakfast. Really? You can't have signage? One other thing I want to point out, this Best Western does not have shuttle service. Anywhere. They are however on the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) line, 16 Orange that runs every HOUR from the hotel lobby/drop off. I did not know this prior to booking the hotel and it wasn't a huge inconvenience it just required more careful and detailed planning than I wanted to worry about on vacation over the holidays. I could really only recommend this hotel if you are staying for one night. I will never return here.

We stayed here for two nights when visiting eastern and southern parts of LA. It is close to Disney team parks and they also have shuttle. It is also close to Hinda center to see Mighty Ducks play. The hotel is ok with clean and large rooms. The staff is super nice. Many free parkingslots and fast wifi was included. Also breakfast was included and have some hot and cold dishes to choose from. We slept very well on their comfortable beds and the area is quite safe. Overall a nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to Disney and Knotts. Breakfast was good. Only downfall was that we ran out of toilet paper, and house services never took out our trash during our stay. Housekeeping did the bare minimum.

Hotel is clean and the lobby is very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little tight but wasn't an issue during our stay. The hotel is easy to get to and was easy for Uber to find. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was everything I expected from a Best Western Hotel. Good job.

This was an unscheduled -- last minute -- trip to attend memorial for family member. The hotel was conveniently located between the various cities/townships that would be visited including the Church service. The property was well kept, very clean and quite pleasant. Our sleep was comfortable and the breakfast appealing.

Secure with easy freeway access and options for business or recreation. Reasonable value. Good hotel for family recreation or for the business traveler. Wide variety of dining options within a three miles.

Great deal - last minute suite rate was phenomenal! Room was clean, beds and sofa comfy. Bathrooms very clean, kitchen items nice. Pool and spa in great shape as well. In in the area, will definitely return there.

would definitely recommend this hotel. no complaints what so ever. took my family to Disneyland. we occupied 3 family suites. everyone had a great time. staff, service, location, rooms, best experience traveling with all my family. I travel around. this is a definite stay again place. Highly recommend. Awesome experience.

I visit the Santa Ana area at least once every year. This is the first and only place I think of when I stay. Exceptional service. Friendly staff. The breakfast is a major plus. Rooms are comfortable although I prefer the suites as it feels a bit more homey and relaxing.

Spending time in Anaheim and want to be away Tourist area of Anaheim this is the property to stay in. Located in the middle of businesses and quiet area. Guest rooms and property looks like they went through new renovations recently. It's updated decor and lights in the main lobby is very relaxing.

This was a wonderful stay in-between hitting Knott's and Disneyland. Off the beaten path yet very accessible. Great mall nearby. The room was spacious. The bed and bedding were terrific, but the sofa bed left a lot to be desired, as they usually do. Wish breakfast was served a little later on the weekday. We will be back.

This Best Western Plus is a good value and convenient hotel to Santa Ana, Orange, Irvine, Anaheim areas. Nice courtyard, OK breakfast, plenty of parking and close to a running/walking trail along the canal. The rooms are large and comfortable with small kitchen area. Have stayed here 4 or 5 times and get what I expect. Have only had one minor issue with the front desk staff.

The building itself is odd, as it looks as if it's in an old office building. All of the rooms are built into the interior of the building, so the windows look into a hallway, not the outdoors. It's extremely odd, there's no opportunity for fresh air, and made me feel claustrophobic. The rooms smell stale, and like low quality room cleaner. Mildew on the bathtub, scuffing and gauges in the doors...I get that it was a bargain, but I've learned a lesson to never sacrifice sleeping accommodations to save a few bucks. Not worth it at this location, at all! I'm usually very satisfied with Best Western, and this was my first really, truly awful experience. I will never be back. I will say, that Michael at the front desk was very accommodating, however. He was the only redeeming part of the whole stay.

Room smelled like wet dog, TV didn't work, bed was uncomfortable, shower had hair in it. The jacuzzi made my skin break out. The staff tried to over charge us on the room rate. The breakfast was very low quality, especially the powdered eggs!

The Meridian was a comfortable hotel, with good staff. Its a little worn, but very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, with many choices. The pool and spa area were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is also close to Disney Land. I would stay there again.

From the second we checked in to the moment we left we were overwhelmed with what we got for our buck! The friendly and helpful front desk made it so easy to check in & out, Answered all our questions and concerns, The room was bright and clean, everything worked and the pool and jacuzzi was wonderful! The free full breakfast had a large selection of great food. Very quite and comfortable room. "WE SHALL RETURN"

This hotel is off the main, not so busy, and has everything you need. It has lots of free parking, breakfast, and a beautiful poolside area.The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. Rooms are big enough to hang out in and visit. I will stay here again.

Usually Orange is expensive but this stay was very affordable, way under 100. And free parking and a nice breakfast. The room is on the ground floor as as quiet as a bank at night. Nice comfy king bed and a great shower. It is right off Chapman, and everything I need in Orange is on Chapman. Perfect. I ll come here again.

Marble counters in the kitchenette, WHAT! Seperate the bedroom from the living room with a pair of french doors, huh?!? But then I went for breakfast and heard a lot of kids, is Disney nearby? JK I'm single and not blessed with children and thats all I could find wrong with the place. So i ate the rudimentary slop and shuffled along. Very much worth the hubdred for the night. Sleep well in the king beds. Gnight

Excellent choice for the money. The pool side suite was very roomy. Worked well for my business needs. FREE parking a plus. A nice pool. Close to upscale outlets for dinner and a nice stroll. Staff was very helpful.

This hotel has a lot to offer just a few miles out from Disney. The price is a lot cheaper than hotels right by the park and you get a lot more! Free breakfast, free parking, huge room ( ours was a 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed), and the ART bus picks you up right at the front lobby and takes you to the entrance to Disney in 20 minutes! It's also nice and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean. It's near a lot of shopping and restaurants as well. I can't suggest this place enough! We were very happy with our choice!

Enjoyed our stay at another Best Western hotel location, as our usual hotel in Orange was booked. A lovely property and much bigger than our regular one. Service was excellent, the suite was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast catered to a variety of needs for patrons. Staff replenished and checked on patrons often. Physical surroundings especially the cabana like atmosphere by the pool was very pleasant. Only other comments were it was a bit noisy outside our room and above us since we were on the first floor, and we had to ask for extra towels and Kleenex as there was not enough for our party. Staff was very accommodating about all of this. Would definitely return to this Best Western property, as we love your hotels and all the benefits of being rewards customers.

We were so happy with our selection. The hotel was very nice. The pool area was beautiful; the pool was large. There was a hot tub, great morning breakfast, very pleasant staff, very nice clean room, pleasant staff, and a great price. There is a shuttle that comes to the hotel that goes to Disneyland. The day rate is $2.00 for children and seniors over 65. Others are $5.50. We couldn't have asked for anything else!

Stayed recently for a couple of nights. Was on the third floor. Very nice big room with sitting area and dining table. Convenient little kitchenette and fridge. Separate bedroom with King bed. Clean bathroom with sink area separate from tub and toilet which was nice. Great location near freeways and outlet mall. Lots of restaurants close by, especially around the outlet mall. Parking is free, which is rare for So. California. Family Friendly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would stay here again in the future.

Very please pool was great very peaceful very clean both inside and out. Definitely would stay again Breakfast was good only thing missing was maybe a little better setup and maybe some bagels and cream cheese

This is the best of Best Western Hotel in Southern Cali that I had stayed. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. I will stay at this hotel for all my future trips in Southern California. Very nice and quiet location. Close to the Premium Outlets.

Our family and friends stay in this hotel every tie we go to Disneyland. We always need a separate room from the living room as we have two families staying together. It works out great. It's also nice to have free parking, breakfast and wifi.The pool and jacuzzi and workout room are great amenities and the hotel is close to everything.

We always have found the hotel and rooms clean and the staff friendly. This hotel is very convenient to our needs and also located close to good restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large with good amenities.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming and aim to please. The rooms could use better cleaning. Nothing major...Corners were extremely dusty and we found a pacifier on the ground. A sign that room may not have been thoroughly vacuumed. Beds were comfy, water pressure was great, breakfast was YUMMY, Overall I would comeback.

This hotel is so comfortable and clean and the service always excellent - now it's our home away from home when we visit this area! We stay here when visiting family and feel that it is a great value considering how nice everything is. Our suite allows us to relax and even spend time with family here. It's also very quiet and we really appreciate that!

Location is close to A lot of attractions Disneyland restaurants the block of orange, have a great continental breakfast, overall good value for room charge, have transportation pick up in hotel for attractions.

We stayed in a king suite with full sleeper sofa over labor day weekend. This was a nice hotel in quite area about 10 minute drive to Disneyland parking area. The room was nice with a mini fridge, sink, separate living room with sleeper sofa our 7 & 9 year old slept on comfortably. King bed was comfortable and had tv's in both rooms (we did not really use much as we were only there to sleep and get ready for theme park adventures. Free parking, free wifi, and great free breakfast that had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries and more. Only complaint was that we were on the 1st floor and our upstairs neighbors were bouncing around at 4am waking us up waaaay to early when we get home around 1am from Disneyland. Not sure if it's hotels fault due to poor quality of building or just rude upstairs guests. We will definitely stay here next time we visit as long as we are on 3rd floor.

Never stay at this property ever again. No clean towels an bathroom needs to be replaced and never put toilet paper in bathroom,small kitchen never change the towel and much more.please have your best western inspector go to the property and check them out!

Everything was great literally 10min rode to Disneyland 20 min to beaches. Rooms are wonderful and spacious. I really can't complain about nothing. Room was clean beds were soft nothing wrong at all, plus free breakfast ( waffles, sausage, cereal, was and fruit) save so much money eatting a good breakfast at the hotel. I love best westerns

These rooms were huge! The hotel staff is definitely one of the best I have encountered. They were great! We had a full kitchen for a little more cost and the money it saved from going out to eat was way worth it.

This is the best hotel in this area. Hotel is clean, has a pool, and has free breakfast until 9:30 am daily. Staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and Disneyland.

This hotel has a great location that makes it close enough to Disneyland (2 freeway exits) but quieter than other hotels. It was clean and the staff works to make sure you are happy with your stay. Our room was a nice surprise. It was a king suite that was large and roomy with a bedroom, sitting room, table & chairs, sink, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is an outdoor courtyard with pool, hot tub, and patio seating area. It was also really nice to have a full breakfast served each morning. We will be staying here again!

Nice and spacious hotel, excellent for groups getting together. Not too close to tourist sites but amenable everywhere by car-like disneyland. Good access to local areas in irvine, etc. 1Hr 40 mins from LA tourist sites depending on traffic.

Excellent hotel friendly staff best location close from everything. Disney land is about 10 mins drive, outlet mall is only 10 mins walk. Many nice great restaurant. Really highly recommended to this hotel!

We stayed here on a last minute trip to Disneyland. The hotel itself is very nice. Our 2 queen room was large, having a living room and kitchenette which we didn't use. The only negative wasn't part of the hotel, but rather the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) system. We have used ART many times from other locations and it normally runs every 20 to 30 minutes. However since the Meridian is so far away from the parks, it only runs once an hour. That makes it frustrating knowing that there's no "next quick" shuttle. So if you're not using the ART or don't mind the "one time per hour" service, I definitely recommend staying here. Personally, our family will not be staying here again just because of the ART. We'd rather stay closer and walk.

The hotel looks like a former corporate office converted to a hotel. The breakfast was standard buffet. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels. Nothing special but gets you going. There is a city shuttle that will take you to Disneyland. It leaves once an hour to and from Disney. The ride is about 30 minutes and is $10 per person per pday. In retrospect, I would rather have stayed across the street from Disney and not had breakfast.

Great hotel just hate that we had a few of our travel ball team here and we cant get a grab bad of fruit or any other food if we had early games. Sucked because a few of us had toddlers so we had to worry about getting to Mcd in we hours of the morning (6am)

Lobby is stark and had an odd odor. Rooms have windows looking out on enclosed corridors with windows to the outside. Odd architecture. But the best bed I have ever slept in during my entire life! Spacious suite with kitchenette for $200

I chose this hotel due to its good location in proximity to Disneyland, familiar brand and good price. The room was clean, the breakfast satisfactory and had a great shuttle to Disney. It certainly met all of my needs for a 4 day stay. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small and the bed was a too firm in the standard 2 person room. I would recommend a suite instead, as they appear much more spacious and comfortable.

We love staying here while in the Orange County area. You're close to all the theme parks and beaches. Good dining and shopping near by. Safe and quiet. More than enough free onsite parking. They recently renovated.

Fun trip with family! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! We were treated very well and loved the comfortable, relaxed feel of the place!! We had a double with kitchen! Everything worked well! Was nice and clean!! Will definitely stay next year!

We stayed there for 5 nights as a family with 2 kids. It's a well kept property with clean and spacious rooms, free parking and WiFi and a very good location near the attractions and the outlet mall at orange. The breakfast was nice - special thanks to Nagy for making it perfect. All in all a great deal compared to price, I highly recommend it.

My son and I as well as other family members stayed at BW for 8 days and it was a very wonderful relaxing and very well taken care of Hotel. We definitely plan to make this trip back again next year. We found the breakfast wonderful but would have liked it to have liked it to have a little more selections instead of the same thing each morning. Don't take me wrong the food was great but would have like bacon maybe 3 days during the week instead of sausage each day and maybe hash browns. I'm sure that BW will get it right. All in all, it's a great and very clean place to stay.

This was a by chance booking I had going on vacation with one of my best friends and the hotel that we had booked through another travel service was absolutely awful we only ended up staying in the room for approximately 20 minutes while we were trying to find a place to stay for the night then we found this place the day after and I went in to speak with someone about looking at a room and they showed me the room I loved it we booked right then and there the service I had the entire rest of the trip was excellent customer service is definitely key here made sure that I had everything I needed and we're very helpful when I couldn't find something I will definitely book here again!!!

My partner and I stayed here after a four day cruise. We wanted to spend a few days at the Disneyland Resort, but not at a hotel "right there", so we would be away from the noise, crowds, etc. We were very pleased with our selection. Upon arrival, our room was not ready (but hey,it was 8:30 a.m.!). The hotel stores our luggage, and invited us to eat breakfast. We did. Nice selections. They even had someone making waffles for people! Awesome! The front desk person gave us instructions on how to use the bus system that would take us to Disney. Simple, easy, and the pick up spot is right in front of the hotel! We went to Downtown Disney, explored, shopped, had lunch, and returned. Upon returning, our room was ready, and my partner and I were very impressed. The room was on the ground floor, close to the pool and hot-tub area. We did enjoy those! Very nice! Our room was cosy, ac worked well, and plenty of drawers for us to use. The king-sized bed was perfect for the two of us, and extremely comfortable. We both slept well every night! The hotel is a short Uber ride to the Angels Stadium for a baseball game (great entrance!). Overall, the friendliness of the staff, as well as the clean property impressed both of us. We would stay here again!!!

This hotel is environmentally aware which is good. Unfortunately it was hot and humid in Orange when we were there and since the air conditioning does not come on until you enter the room and place the key card into the slot it was very hot in the room when we entered. It took at least 4 hours to cool the room down! But the bed was very comfortable and the shampoo, lotion and bath gel were very nice. We had a suite which was very nice but the small kitchen area could provide glasses. We had to use the bathroom glasses. I received a deal on my room rate so I am rating this a 4 but if I had paid regular price I don't think it would rate so high. Also, we could not get the tv to work so called the front desk and no one answered for about 30 minutes!! Strange. The breakfast was included. A lot of choices but poor tasting food.

We chose this hotel as we wanted a bit of time at Disney but didn't need to be on top of it or pay the premium to be in walking distance. We had a Queen Queen suite -with separate bedroom -ideal for families. Nice lounge area. Micro, fridge, coffee maker in kitchenette but no utensils or plates. Attractive pool area. You could eat breakfast out here in morning. Free breakfast - cereals, toast, waffles, fruit, yoghurts, egg and sausage. Very nice server making hot waffles! Good enough selection to get you going for the day. Might feel repetitive for a longer stay but if you're getting up and out it was more than satisfactory. Beds were very comfy. Room well cleaned. Location just down from Orange outlet mall with several restaurants, shops, cinema. Near the 22 and 5 so good to get around eg out to beach but still a quiet hotel. Disney a max 10 min drive away. Would stay again as it was good value and comfortable.

I liked everything except the breakfast. The eggs were not fresh, seemed like they came out of carton. Made my son sick. The sausage looked and tasted like boiled. The pastry was not fresh. My wife only eats boiled eggs and there was none. We ended up spending money on eating out for breakfast last 2 days when we had not planned on it because it was horrible.

It was very roomy and comfortable. Only downside was that there were no chest of drawers in the bedroom. There was a set in the living room. Odd. But on the other hand it was a large and comfortable room

The Hotel and room was clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful. The family had great time hanging out around pool and fountain. Ice machine on every floor. Will be staying here on next trip for sure.

Been staying at this hotel last 8 years for any Disney or LA visit love this place. It's always clean and very comfy plus close to major freeways and food. They just remodeled so looks even nicer than my last visit.

Great value if you need 2 bedrooms and it really is only minutes from Disney and the major attractions. Rooms need a little updating but beds are good and room was clean. Its an older building but they are upgrading. Nice pool and hot tub in interior courtyard and the breakfast is good.

This is a Beautiful hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Room is clean and large space that meet expectation for family. Compared with many BW that I stayed, this is much better. I would stay again and recommend this hotel for everyone.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disney. Things I Liked: Close to Disney Not a huge property Pool in the middle Big room with two areas, living area with sofa and coffee table, kitchen counter, sink, microwave, fridge and tv. Bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom. Shower had dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner In room safe Safe area Free parking (we stayed at a hotel close to Disney last year, paid a hefty resort fee and $18 a night to park. Disney parking was $20 a day). If you do drive to Disney set your GPS to Mickey and Friends Parking Structure. They have a bus service to Disney. Things I didn't like: You could hear the people above you walking The breakfast area was very crowded, go early to get breakfast. The waffle makers need replacing and having more than 2 would be a great idea. They allow smoking by the pool Overall it was a good value and a nice room. We would stay here again.

Pros: Free Breakfast. Free parking. Free wifi. Large pool. Free use of computers and printer. Front desk check in was very friendly. Nice, modern lobby. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had the king suite which included a room with a tv on top of a dresser, sofa chair, sofa sleeper, table w/ 2 chairs and a bench, microwave, refrigerator, sink, a second room with a tv, king bed, sofa chair with ottoman, and the bathroom. Breakfast options were: Fresh waffles, toast, English muffins, Danish, Muffins, Bananas, Red Apples, scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, orange/apple juice, milk, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Cons: The sofa bed in the suite is a little dated and the sleeper was thin. Bathroom was small and very dated. Grout in tiles showed stains and made it look unsanitary.

Helpful and accommodating staff... clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong with Best Western! A great location just a short walk to the Mall of Orange Outlet Stores! Restaurants nearby and close to the freeway!

Excellent place to stay, close to Disneyland and other places. Great hotel. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The pool was clean and lots of fun. The pool area was fun to just sit at and relax.

The hotel room was good and spacious, it was like a hotel apartment having a kitchen section. It also offered also a nice buffet breakfast. The location was convenient as there was a stop here for the Disney Tour buses.

I chose this Best Western as it is close, but not too close, to one of my favorite venues (Disneyland), and it was convenient to another venue that I planned to attend. My room was quite spacious, and the bed extremely comfortable. On Friday, it was convenient to enjoy breakfast in my room; but the outdoor seating area is also a nice place to sit down at, for the complimentary breakfast. When in Orange County, this particular Best Western is one I would recommend a stay at.

Nice room with a separate suite bedroom for privacy from the kids at lower cost than a smaller regular room at other nearby hotels of similar quality. Staff was very attentive and helpful, particularly Nagee at breakfast (waffles, eggs. sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries). Full but same breakfast every day. Location off the main Disneyland strip without much else around for kids, and not walking distance to Disneyland. A shuttle bus ($5.50/day) runs every hour and was easy to use however. Disneyland tickets not available for purchase here like at some of the hotels on the Disneyland strip, so get tickets on-line at slight discount 24 hrs ahead of time or full price at the park. Overall the value, service, and larger room was much more preferable to us than paying more for less just to be on the main strip, which we'd probably want to avoid anyway.

Had a great stay at this location. Looks like an office building that was converted into a hotel. The rooms were decent. The beds weren't all that comfortable but I've had worse. Front desk staff was nice. Would stay here again in the future.

It's 3.5 miles away from Disney. It's a block or two from an outlet mall. The rooms are suites, they are very well maintained and HUGE! The hotel has breakfast included in the mornings and free parking and it's affordable. What could possibly be wrong? Love it! Will be staying here for future trips up to Orange County just based on the space and the cleanliness of the place. Highly recommend it.

Staff was quick and friendly when we had special requests. Although it is located near the interstate, it was quiet. The courtyard blocks the outside sounds, creating a comfortable environment. The quality of the breakfasts was better than I expected, freshly cooked and a good selection of items.

The location is excellent for Angel Stadium & Disneyland. Hotel is going under a renovation with the rooms very well. The common grounds & pool & parking are excellent. The breakfast is well prepared. Reception check in & out was excellent.

This hotel is clean and kept in good condition. It has a nice well maintained pool and spa area in a central court ya d. I did not use the pool but it looked Inviting. It,be clise to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, the Arrowhead Pind where the NHL Ducks play, the City outlets and Old Town Orange. It is a brood location near freeways to get to the beach and surrounding areas. It is also a good price. I recommend it. It is also close to Chapman ollege if you are checking it out.

What a nice hidden surprise - nice atmosphere, clean, fun, great pool and outdoor space, room and bathroom really nice, spacious. The breakfast was awesome; they had someone making waffles who brought them to your table w/warmed syrup and butter, such a treat!

Have stayed here many times and will stay again. Suites are great and breakfast is wonderful and I like being able to bring food back to room for family members that do not want to go to breakfast room. Staff is very helpful,

The lobby was nice, rooms were clean. I like having a suite, whereby there is a separate room with sofa, tv. The room we had also had a kitchen/breakfast table. The staff was fairly accommodating, but wouldnt bring a hair dryer to my room when the one in the room didnt work. I had to go to the front desk to get a replacement. The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we didnt get to use it. Free breakfast was great. There were lots of families staying at this hotel, and I would recommend it as a great family place to stay.

Consistently satisfied all my needs for hotel accommodation. Proximity to the location of my activities was reasonable. Each day I retreated to a comfortable, quiet and clean room. Breakfast was filling and tasty with more than enough choices. Staff was pleasant and keen on making my stay a wonderful experience, especially at breakfast and maid services.

Clean room, comfortable bed shower in bath, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool and spa area, close to outlet shops and a transfer bus to Disneyland for only $5. Would defiantly stay again. Thanks

We were there for Disneyland. It was much cheaper than staying closer to the resort, and so we just paid to park at a resort lot. Nice place, close to food and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was about what you'd expect, but better than some places with only donuts, muffins, etc. They had hot sausage, eggs, waffles.

Shuttle service drop off right at the race. Room was clean. Everything was in working order except for the difficulty of getting the bathroom tub plug to work for a good soak. It did work - but it was tricky! Good soak after 1/2 marathon race at Disney. Breakfast was very good as well. Eggs, waffles, oatmeal, sausage - all hot.

It's not 5 stars but has everything you need! Cleaning service was great and consistent, staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and mine was a suite room which had 2 queen size beds plus a separate living room that can easily sit 6 people. Breakfast buffet was basic but it's good enough, with good quality coffee. I would specially recommend this place for a family stay, it feels safe and causy and the location can't be better, close to Anaheim and walking distance to one of California's best factory outlets whee there were some interesting brands and nice restaurants.

Very nice room. Full seating area with TV, chair, pull-out couch, small dining table, full sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Separate bedroom with closeable double doors. As free breakfasts go this was on the nicer side. Very nice room for a reasonable room rate. Very impressed with Best Western.

this was a very spacious room, it is very close to disneyland less than 15 minutes by shuttle for transportation, which stops right at the hotel. This is a great value for the money. It is centrally located in the city close to amenities.

We received a suite! The room with 1 King and sofabed. Super spacious, perfect for kids. They LOVED it having their own space and we loved having our own room with double doors. Plenty of chairs, table, fridge, microwave, everything AND the kitchen sink! Awesome vanity and closet, huge mirrors. We will be staying here for every future trip to California. I'm so happy we found this. I read the reviews of many places as I'm sensitive to hard beds and we wanted not to have to worry about breakfast. The softest bed in a hotel I've experienced in a decade. Whoever the man was who makes waffles on Sunday morning deserves a raise! He was so happy and uplifting! Helpful, and awesome customer service. I read before that "the maids weren't pleasant". They do their job well and are nice enough. That's not in the job qualifications I'm sure. Thank you so much for FINALLY being a hotel perfect for families who deserve breathing room and a great breakfast spread for such a fair price!
