"Just don't leave anything behind!"

Nice people, great breakfast selection. Nice updates in room. Hotel is clean and still undergoing refurbishment. Just don't leave anything behind - you'll never see it again. Left a Harley Davidson sweater ($$$), a Wild Hogs shirt which was a souvenier from NM from a trip last year (priceless), and a long sleeve orange shirt. After calling back several times, finally got word that couldn't find any clothing. I know we shouldn't leave anything behind, but that does not give staff license to keep. And I left a cash tip for the housekeeper, too. We checked in Oct. 31 and checked out Nov. 2. There's a candy bowl in the lobby! Nice touch!

Staff was very accomendating. We arrived at the hotel early and staff went the extra mile for find space for us without emptying our pockets. Staff "Rodney" was understanding and showed compassion. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hard to beat for the price...clean rooms..good coffee available 24/7...staff was very friendly...great location..just minutes from downtown and most of the tourist attractions...we would definitely stay here again!!!

While traveling to an annaversery party I stayed a couple of days In OKC. Visited the fine arts museum and took in the chuhooly glass exibit (was breathtaking) the federal building memorial, Bricktown, and the Cowboy hall of Fame. The hotel was great- the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was super even had hot fresh made pancakes. The lounge area was constantly cleaned and staff kept the steam table items filled. Great visit and hotel.

"The hotel website is not accurate."

The hotel website advertises an on-site restaurant and an on-site cocktail lounge. They do not have either of those things. The clerk said they used to have them, but they are currently closed down. I had seen on in tinternet that they had a year-round outdoor pool. That generally means heated pool. They have an outdoor pool that is closed for the season. It's unacceptable to use nonexistent amenities to bait people into your business.

"Clean, comfortable, economic quality"

Staff helped us save money when booking our room by $200! A full service breakfast, included each day helped keep our travel costs in check. And the service and attention to our needs were met timely and in good spirits. We will definitely be back with sure stay again!!!

Hotel was disgustingly old, had not been updated since it was built! Please do not use pictures as a reference to how the hotel looks! Room smelled of mold, took about a hour for water to drain from tub (even after taking a shower), bed was old, no snacks in lobby area! Overall hotel should just be made into a parking lot! Staff informed that there were no refunds so you will either have to stay in filth or just lose out on the money! Room 123 was a complete disaster as well as the rest of the rooms and our entire group complained and NOTHING was done about it! Would never recommend or stay in this place ever again!

Good hotel in good location. OKC is not too far away. Breakfast is ok but not great (toast, joghurt, muffins, waffles, tea and coffee). The price is very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. If you are searching for something not too expensive, this could be your choice. It is simple but totally okay.

We were very pleased with our stay, check in was smooth, our rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The TV signal wasn't very good at times and it was weather related my other issue was the extremely slow internet.

"Worst hotel we have ever stayed in"

We got the king suite with the hot tub. Hot tub did not work, bed was harder than the floor, room had a weird smell to it, paint peeling in bathroom, and giant hole in the wall of the bed room. Never again

"going to remington park"

advertised there was a restaurant and is close! hand had been for a couple of weeks. we were early (1pm) and thought no problem will have something to eat and watch some college football. had to go find a place and there isn't much around. came back at 3(check in time) and was told to get in line will start checking in right at 3. meanwhile the cleaning staff were leaving so there was obviously rooms ready earlier. breakfast was okay, rooms smelled. don't even think about staying here. bestwestern should be embarrassed about this property!

"could have been nice/ But was not"

When I arrived. My room was not cleaned from last guess. Room was not cleaned during my stay. When I chased down the cleaning staff on the floor. Asking to clean my room. The reply was no speak english.Bath room fixtures broken. So had to use the sink to take sponge bath.The internet did not work.I will say the 11am to 11pm desk person kept trying to fix things. But no one would do anything she asked. The 11pm to 11 am person. Just replied. Yea that's how it is when we're busy. Just a more of don't bother me attitude.from everyone. It is a shame. The hotel would be nice. If maintained. .

"Overnight stay"

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to wichita. We arrived a little early but were able to check in straight away, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was ok and felt a little damp, but it was very hot and I think the air conditioner was struggling, it was clean and had everything we needed. There was a pool which was nice. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choice. We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of banging from the room above, it didn't go on all night though so wasn't too much of a problem. For the price paid I would stay here again.

"Staff save the day"

If it wasn't for the outstanding staff, this property would be one star. After checking into one room with a broken AC unit and another reeking of smoke with cigarette burned furniture, Erica at the front desk took me up to look at the remaining available rooms together. We found another smoky room before finding one that smelled ok. She was very apologetic and even loaned me cell phone a car charger from her car. She made the stay, not the facility itself which is very tired. Some spaces have new carpets and it does seem the hotel is trying but I don't think renovations are happening fast enough. Rooms were clean but hallways smelled. The hot breakfast area was nice to include eggs, biscuits and sausage but tables needed cleaned. Every room I was in had busted and ripped furniture with peeling paint on the doors. When I woke up the next morning I could see dozens of holes letting light shine through my curtains. I now understand why the hotel isn't fully branded best western. This would be one of the worst.

"One of the worst Hotels in America"

This place has been let go. I reserved a no smoking room, however after having to move rooms due to A/c not working and smelling like a dump, I moved to another supposedly non smoking room (no smoking room signs were posted) it also smelled like a giant cigarette. I stayed in room 328 and the floor was soft and spongy like the floor was about to fall thru in places. The paint was peeling off the doors. The sink was busted in the bottom. The lamps were all falling apart, the would fall over if not propped up properly. The first floor hallway smelled like a kennel. Outside trash was piled up outside the rooms along with cigarette butts everywhere. Dog crap left in the grassy areas. Trash in the parking lot.

We are undergoing a slow renovation so the problem areas should be addressed as we go along step by step. As far as the smoking and tidiness issue, we do what we can to enforce the non smoking rule, however some guest take it upon themselves to absolutely ignore it and smoke anyway along with dumping their trash everywhere.

"Never Ever stay at the SurestayPlus"

we spent 2 nights here back in June the first night at the beginning of our trip was ok the room was ok but older and musty smelling. the lamp flickered everytime you walked across the floor and the base of the lamp was so loose that it sat 45* off the base. no fans and the air condidtioner just could not put out enough cool air. The bed was firm which is good for me. the second night we stayed because it was on the way and we really thought the first night was fluke. there was mold on the floor under the air contioner. the floor was mushy under the amount of water that had dripped from the air conditioner. the front desk staff tried to help by moving our room but they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied by one of our traveling companions. They finally got us a room but the damage was all ready done. I got home and spent 400 on a medical bill to cure the mold that got into my lungs . The owner is refusing to refund the medical bill or the nights stay that got me sick. The manger Mr. French has said he is trying to get me a refund for the medical bills but after 3 months it does not look like it is going to happen. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your health !!!

"The good and the bad and the ugly"

The room booked (king deluxe non smoking) smelled of smoke so they moved us to a standard double room. Bed was bad small and we slept terrible. Room also had faint smell of smoke. Had to plug the tv in myself after to make it work.

"It was fine but the pet fee is too high."

Typical value oriented hotel. Clean, courteous staff, decent breakfast. However, their pet fee is $20 per pet per day. $40 for our Chihuahuas per day is ridiculous. On the website, it doesn't state “per pet.” It just says $20 per day. If you are traveling with pets, there are better values at other Best Westerns close by. Try Saddleback for a better overall value.

"Big Disappointment"

I booked a King deluxe nonsmoking room. We arrived and got a smoking room that had been deodorized. When I complained, they gave us a smaller room with 2 full size beds. I asked for an adjustment for the smaller room with peeling paint and bed and was told no. This is not the way you treat customers when you can't deliver what you advertise. When we turned on the a/c, the air still smelled like smoke. I will not stay at any Best Western again. I would recommend that you pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere else. Don't subject yourself to the inconvenience and aggravation.

"Trip to OU Medical Center"

I brought my sister to see a specific doctor at OU Medical Center. We were looking for an economical place to stay. Unbeknownst to me, this hotel was also VERY NEAR the OU Medical Center! (BONUS!!) Our arrival was later than I had planned, so we were both pretty tired. The parking lot seemed to be kind of "dark", but we could see OK. I forgot to request NO STAIRS when I made the reservation, but once we got everything up the steps at the end of the building, everything was fine.

The staff is kind. That's the only plus of this hotel. The entire third floor smelled musty and the room was worse. The dresser in the room and one drawer missing and one broken and shoved inside of it. I didn't need to use it but it's not very pleasing to look at. I would recommend looking elsewhere

I stay at this location when it was Best Western Plus. Since the name change the quality has changed as well. I booked thinking of my past stay and what a surprise.Quality not even close.The location was great still but place needs a lot of work to bring the standards back to what they use to be.

We had been on the road for a couple of days and this hotel impressed us so much we decided to stay another night and rest. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is breakfast closes at 9:30am and the Wi-Fi in the room was kind of slow. Great location close to attractions though, and nice and quiet.

Clean, great hotel with, in my opinion, exceptionally bad service. The manager was very unfriendly, and not helpful in the least way. My kitten died while we were there. I am from m GA and own no property or onow anyone here. I was alone at the hotel and I had no idea what to do.I Walked down to the lobby and asked the manager if my son could bury him there. She flat and utter told me no. Then I asked her if she knew who I could maybe call that could help me. She acted as though I completely flabbergasted her. I was so upset. When we looked at the time, it was almost 7. So, I packed everything and put it by the door

Rooms smell stale and old, the pictures on the site definitely deceive you. We were not informed at checkin that the water was off to the hotel because of a leak. We found out when we got to our room and our special needs daughter needed to get cleaned up! When you need your room key to get into the breakfast room and signs are posted NO FOOD ALLOWED TO BE TAKEN BACK TO ROOMS. NO EXCEPTIONS! You know your on the wrong side of town. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

As far as the DINE IN ONLY hot breakfast buffet, that rule was implemented to keep our room and hallways clean from spilled drinks and food along the way. We have tried it both ways and trust me the DINE IN ONLY is a bit different but cuts down on trash, critters, and drink and food stains all in the hallways.

The air conditioning unit did not work. There was mold under the window. The grounds light faced the window and lit up the room. The room should have never been given out in the state it was in. Don't forget the ants crawling up the wall. It was horrible.

"Not a good stay"

This hotel sucks, service was no good location was no good. They put me on third floor the room and whole 3rd floor smelled like cigarette smoke, when I said some thing about it just got told oh well some people smoke in their room then they pay the fine. They did not try to get me on another floor or room

"Descent hotel for the price."

There were issues as with the room like any low priced hotel, nothing too bad though . The breakfast is very good and has the best selection I have seen for a hotel. The desk clerks and staff are friendly and helpful . The hotel is clean and well appointed. There does need to be an ice machine on each floor instead of just one on the main floor .

Hotel smells of pet pee, I saw a dog throw up in hallway and the whole downstairs stunk, stayed 6 days, room was cleaned three times and not until 5-6pm. Bathroom light had short, after 3rd day it stopped working they gave me a lamp. Claimed hotel was booked but didn't look like it judging by parking lot. I had to extend several times and front desk always dropped the ball. Should have changed hotels but this is cheap and room was ok if you get by stench in hallway

That odor was definitely not the usual clean smelling aroma we have in the hotel. However, our hearts go out to both our wonderful guests and the sick puppy that had to endure the undesirable circumstances.

"Horrible Hotel"

My wife is having surgery on June, 28, 2019. Sooner Care Paid for lodging and food. When I Confirmed the reservation I specifically told them that we had to have a handi-cap room. We got a double room on the 3rd floor and is in no way handi-cap accessible. When I told them that we needed a handi-cap room, I was told that we have already checked in and that is the room we have to keep. Sooner Care is paying $40.62 for food and we get 2 tv dinners, 2 cans of soda, and 2 8oz bottles of water. If you are thinking of staying here DON'T!!!!!

"Room was flooded, staff didn't care"

We had reservations for 2 nights. We chose this location based on proximity to the Zoo. we checked in and the room had standing water near the Air Conditioner and in the bathroom. There were also alot of spiders and spider webs. The room stunk from MIldew. I spoke with the front desk, and Erica was very polite, but there was nothing they could do because the hotel was full. I was not offered a refund or a transfer to another property. She said to speak to the night manager in the morning. I spoke with the night manager in the morning and he wasn't sure if there would be another room, but said he would call me if he was able to move us. He seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. He didn't check on room availability, he just wrote our room number on a sticky note. We packed our things and left for the day not knowing if a room would be available. My children have asthma and cannot stay in a damp, moldy room. The AC was off, so Housekeeping would have had to walk in, and clean a room with soaked carpet. There really isn't any excuse for giving a room like that to customers. By 4:00PM the next day, we had not received a call, so we booked a room elsewhere. I called to inform the Surestay that we would not be returning, and there was not any manager on duty. They apparently have no management during the day. I was given the email of their Regional Manager, who has not returned my email. I continue to try to reach SOMEONE who will return a call or email.

This is a great hidden little gem. The hotel is dated, but very clean, has a bar with good bar food. I was very impressed, this is the kind of place I love to find. I will definitely be back on my next trip!!

We called the night before to reserve a room and that went well but when we finally arrived to check in round 1 pm the lady was with a guest and looked and asked if we had a reservation my boyfriend said he was unsure but he should she said well check is in at 3 because we don't have any rooms now he asks if she can check she says yes it'll be some time . After she finished up with the guest she was in and out of the back room before she tended to us and the way she spoke to us seemed like she was bothered so she finally looks him up and finds him and I inform her I'm a memeber her mood seems to slightly better as in we were worth actually helping. She tells us it's going to be an hour for the room to get clean so we leave and get food in the meantime. Everything was fine until the night before we left, I had left out around 3 am to run to the convience store where my car was approached by a women telling “they're trying to kill me” I take a quick glance and see guys one dressed regular and one in a secuity uniform. So everyone's around my car by now just a lot of commotion so I call my boyfriend to come out because I was highly uncomfortable so the regular dressed guy who came out to be the bar owner was trying to tell me through all the commotion he just wants to get her home some way and to see if I can calm her down or get her home . It escalates to where the police get involved as I'm just beyond uncomfortable af this point. I don't know anyone but the lady is by her self so I wanted to get her safe from a distance that's the only reason I kind of got involved as well as them asking me to. The rest of the night went well check out was simple and now we are headed home

I want to start by saying Helen at front desk is a sweet lady, there was a long line and she never lost her cool .. We are diamond members with Best Western rewards. We are supposed to get an upgrade with our Diamond membership. We booked a King Patio Room. We should've been upgraded to a jacuzzi suite .. every one that was in line in front of us was upgraded from double to queens or queens to kings, however we were not.. And we were charged the price of the King Patio room of 76.00 and had we just booked a King room was $57 . Then should have been upgraded to the king patio if they weren't going to honor the diamond benefits and give us the best room of the king jacuzzi. I was told it was booked but when I went online it still showed avail. Of course tho for sat night they jacked the price up to like 150. Which is ridiculous . Not one room in that place is worth over 57 a night.. Also we were notified pool was closed for Maintenance. Now who in the world does that on a Friday?? Wouldn't it make more sense to do it through the week? The bathroom is super tiny. The room had a sofa bed in it which is totally useless. also our Patio door Doesn't lock. My husband walked outside and he was getting dripped on by the air conditioning above him.. when we got here the air was off in the room and it has a terrible moldy smell.. think I found out why.. look at the mold outside our door! (See pictures) The breakfast was subpar. There are no dairy alternative options, almond milk etc. They could not get our bill correct. We had 2 $20 gift cards earned through BW rewards. They couldn't figure out how to deduct it even tho directions on how to do so are right on the paperwork I gave them. None of the women in the breakfast area spoke any English. It was very frustrating. Right across the hall someone had at least 2 big dogs that were barking Sunday morning from 3:30 am off and on till we left. I don't mind animals, but put them on the end of the hotel . Not right on 1st floor by the doors where ppl are walking by and they hear them and bark. There were holes In the curtains that let the light in. The air conditioning was not consistent and it felt damp in the room the whole time we were there. And it had the worst toilet paper ever. The bar/restaurant place was a joke. A hamburger and chicken sandwich with fries and tots and 2 drinks was 64.00 ! There were no prices on anything. We just received the bill with no itemized prices that said 64.00 . It became a zoo in there after we left. We could've ate at a steakhouse for that. There was one waitress/bartender. Apparently it is a popular hangout for locals they all knew each other . We were down there about 6:30 and they were. Already drunk. My husband went out the side door to smoke a cigarette and they were smoking pot..he came back in with a funny look on his face and said I won't be going out that door again. All in all we will be coming back here in July for a truck show and let's just say we definitely won't be staying here.

The staff including manager on duty were the rudest I have ever met during a hotel visit. Room smelled like mildew, air conditioning unit leaked and floor 12-16 inches around unit was wet. Pool broken. Spend a few extra buck and don't stay here.

I had eye surgery, and had to stay overnight for a 8:30 follow up appointment the next morning. The hotel was nice and responsible priced. The breakfast was good. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel, since it was raining, and didn't want to get out. The food was good, and the service was too.

Was charged $100 on my credit card without authorizing it when I requested it be returned they said upon checkout it's been 5 days since I checked out and it's still pending in my account and they said now just wait another three days. Real quick to get their money and not give a s*** about giving me money back

Very fresh breakfast, the automated pancake maker entertained both adults and youth. The fresh fruits were VERY good and everyone was pleasantly surprised to see the range of options. Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Etc... Even with the full occupancy, the staff was friendly and pleasant to interact with. very easy to enter from the hwy and also easy enter the hwy from the hotel only "negative" was the lack of ice-machines and the broken lock on the entry door farthest from the front desk allowed anyone unattested access.

"Never stay here"

Room service didn't clean my room and blamed it on me on why it wasn't cleaned also never fixed the busted bathroom light in 2 days. Also the person at the front desk wasn't fond of me complaining about it.

"No Backup Generator"

I have never stayed in a hotel without a backup generator! Power went out and I couldn't access my room to change clothes for a graduation I was there to attend. Without power you have NO ACCESS to getting into your room because the door reader has to have POWER! The entire hotel either smelled like mold or Bleach, no in between. My room was full of ANTS and I had just checked in. After not having access to my room for 4hrs there was no credit applied to account or even a mention of applying points to my rewards membership. The only good thing about this trip was my rental car didn't get damage from the hail

"Surprisingly good for the price"

I've been staying at a string of low cost hotels on my cross country road trip and this one has been the best experience so far for what I need. The front desk staff is helpful and nice and the area of the city is safe and no shady people around. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is very comfy and ac works well. Shower pressure is good and temp got nice and hot. Bathtub stopper didn't with though so it was a no-go on the soak. Clean laundry room. Gym was very very sparse but clean. WiFi wasn't fast but it worked. I didn't eat at the hot breakfast they offered so I can't rate that. The ONLY real problem was my web reservation (not the SureStay hotel's fault but rather Best Western's reservation system). My confirmation didn't go from Best Western system to SureStay system because of some asinine glitch on the Best Western reservation system which didn't "take" my comments/requests when I reserved the room because I put a smiley face in it! So stupid. The front desk at SureStay had to call Best Western tech etc etc and it wasted an hour of my time. Again, not the SureStay hotel's fault but just be careful if you make reservations through the Best Western online system and don't ever use emoticons in the comments/requests. Front desk did everything they could to help me.

New owners who are working tirelessly to improve the property. The staff is A-1 The accommodations are more than adequate and the breakfast is also more than adequate. The only con was that the door keys did not work consistently but I am told that they are putting in a new system. We will definitely return on our next OK trip.

You've got to meet HELEN and Erica! They're the best. Excellent value, clean rooms, friendly and delightful staff. The motel is on a dead end street and was a little difficult to find. I'm glad I persevered and am grateful for the assistance I received from the staff who recommended an excellent restaurant.

"Great value for the price."

This hotel is an older one, but still clean and comfortable. For $60 a night, there was a lot of breakfast, fitness room, pool, guest laundry, bar/restaurant on site...and a convenient location just 5 miles outside downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.❤

Omg, checked into our room, and we were overtaken with the nastiest odor, we tried our best to stay, and the more we looked around, the worst the room looked and got . Told the clerk about it, and all he did was apologize, not helpful at all, never offered another room or anything. So we grabbed our bags and checked out. Never there again!

Room was dated, but otherwise fine. Name has changed from this hotel- Broadway Inn when I made the reservation a month before leaving, to Sure Stay Plus, but then the sign said Best Western. Check in took awhile at 9 at night, but clerk was polite. None of the food is replenished at breakfast, so if you come after 9, you get what's there. Breakfast did offer an extra wide variety of food compared to other name brand hotels. I was told I couldn't get a receipt upon checking out because room was prepaid. Doesn't happen at other hotels around the country. So thankful we didn't have any problems, but so many other people had issues.

"Unhappy Customer"

This place deserves no stars. I paid for ONE night for my friend to stay there. They scanned my card doesn't that one night. Fast forward four days I see another charge on my account from this same place. I did not authorize this transaction. I called to speak with them about it and nobody would answer the phones (at any time of the day). I end up going up there and talked to the front desk and she said there is not abother charge. I said really, so I'm stupid. I then held my phone up from my account and showed them the multiple xhargch. All of a sudden they see the extra charge. The manager then comes in to speak with me. He said we already sent the transaction back to your account and you should see it by tomorrow by 11 a.m..... I said as we speak there is another charge pending to come out of my account from you again. No, ma'am that's the refund coming through. No, sir it's not. ( Remind you, two minutes prior they have no recollection of this extra charge.) Next day comes and money is not back in my account. But guess what is, the extra charge. Called to speak with the owner of the company and he was completely rude to me and said he can't waive a magic wand and make the money up here back in my account from where he's at. Then he continues to hang up on me.this is terrible customer service if you asked me and I would never suggest staying there. they also make you change rooms in the middle of being comfortable for no reason at all or because it is side they want to paint the room you are in. Why not wait after you're done with your stay. Reported then to the better business bureau. I will have my issue resolved.

We are now a SureStay Plus by Best Western. The new role players involved have worked to create a better, smoother, more efficient process of collecting and managing funds. We have also been training our new staff how to communicate and be more attentive to guests needs. We also would like to apologize for the lack of proper planning during the "touch up the paint" scenario. That should have been handled with more care and understanding of guest's feelings. This past weekend, I traveled to OKC to attend a funeral. We made our plans at the last minute, and happened to find an excellent rate for Broadway Inn & Suites, near the city center and our friends' home. We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Normally my wife and I select our hotels based on location, overall ratings, and price, in that order. On this particular trip, we hit the jackpot. As mentioned, the location was great for us. The hotel is located just off the freeway. The ratings were strong for the hotel so, after checking for a good price using, we reserved our room. Let me say, if you're like me (cheap, thrifty, miserly), you check a few sites for the lowest out-the-door price. In this case, we were able to get a room with a King-sized bed, microwave, refrigerator, sitting area, and a desk (and, of course, TV, iron, full coffee station) for less than $60! From what I could tell, the hotel (and certainly our room) was very clean. And that's despite the fact that it's pet friendly. [Not throwing off on pet-friendly hotels, but we've been to a few where non-pet owners seem to be a 2nd-tier priority.] The weather was, literally, freezing, but I did see a nice outside pool just off the hall to the elevator. In the lobby-which was a little small-there's a full bar (with separate seating area) and which serves food, and also an area where the hot breakfast is served. Speaking of which, the breakfast was great for us-eggs, delicious Texas-style steamed potatoes, biscuits (meh), and a station to make your own toast/bagles, and pancakes. As well as assorted cereal, fruit, yogurt, and three juices (real) orange and apple juice, and a cranberry drink; they served pork sausage for the meat, which we happen not to eat. The food was the right temperature, plentiful, and the station was neat. We definitely saved money by eating in. I've already mentioned that the room was well appointed; we were very satisfied with our stay. I had too small complaints. One was that their attempt at room-darkening window coverings wasn't too successful. It wasn't a problem for us, but if that's a priority, I'd ask if they have a better room. Second, for me-but not my wife-the mattress wasn't particularly comfortable. It wasn't uncomfortable, just nothing memorable; like yours at home after two-three years. The bathroom was fine. I particularly appreciated how the shower head was mounted high on the wall and angled well; tall folks will appreciate that one factor. The toiletries were just average; you might end up using your own. Here's where the hotel stood out: the staff were warm and personable. Even the greeting seem genuine and welcoming. That, personally, is so important. Here's an example. While waiting to check in, it appeared that a guest seemed to be having some issue paying. The person on duty kept her voice low, tried to keep the exchange positive, and, fortunately, worked out some solution. If you have ever been in that situation, you know what a difference an uncaring or indifferent staff member can color one's entire stay. Alright, you have the picture-I highly reccomend staying here and if we're ever in the area again, we plan to do so.

My wife and I travel a lot. We would normally stay at a Hilton or Marriot. This week we needed a hotel near my nieces home in OKC for Thanksgiving. We took a chance on this low priced former Best Western . This property far exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Furniture and linen were new. The shower was strong and hot. Located very conveniently right off broadway extension near the Capitol the hotel is actually in a residential neighborhood I would consider safe and it is right across from a medical center. Don't let the bargain price mislead you this is a nice hotel in the process of getting even better.

I was a little Leary because this place was so cheap compared to others, but I was NOT disappointed. It was close to the hospital where I was having surgery. They gave me a special hospital discount rate. My husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but he did say they were almost out of food when he got there. It was still suppose to be open for hours, but everything was already kind of depleted. That would be the ONLY complaint I could give though. Everything else was excellent!
