Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center

This is the best experience I've had at a hotel. So very clean. Any issue maintenance here in a minute to fix issue. Shuttle service, hot tub, pool. Food homemade. The staff....they smile and talk to you. No complaints at all and I has a 6 night stay.

Great breakfast and staff but these rooms need a deep clean. We were put in a pet friendly room after our original room wouldn't open and maintenance could not respond quickly. The room smelled of pet urine. Thankfully we were only at the hotel late in the evening to sleep.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and large the room was. Plenty of counter space, even in the bathroom sink area. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, with plenty of room to collect food choices. Hotel was located 5-10 min from everywhere we were going.

This was my second visit to this location, and it was as enjoyable as my first time. Rooms are easy to access with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The room was very large, and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of items, and was very good.

Great mattress, clean updated room. Great pillows. Room had TV, small fridge, microwave. Keurig coffee maker. Nice fluffy towels. Saddleback name is also the theme of the hotel lobby. Saddles to sit on at the bar, with rustic decor. I was able to back into a parking spot, and open tailgate to directly take luggage to room. I will definitely stay here again.

The beds were comfortable, staff were nice, and breakfast was plentiful. The price of the rooms was excellent! We stayed one night. The area is not fantastic but the hotel has security and we didn't have any issues.

Stating at the Best Western Saddleback has become a tradition for us as we travel across Oklahoma towards Arizona. It is easy off and easy on the Interstate. There are many quality dining choices within a short distance if you decide not to eat at the motel.

Arrived at the hotel on Monday. Tuesday morning, had no water. They said nothing to any of the guests. I tried to call front desk and phone just kept hanging up. So called from my cell and they said it should be fixed in about 4 hrs. Who has time to wait 4 hrs for a shower when you have a business appt.to get to ? So walked across the parking lot to another part of the hotel to take a shower in another room. Now it's Friday and they have yet to ever clean my room or bring towels. Called again on my phone and asked what exactly I was paying for and she said to sleep here. Hell I can do that in my truck for free. It doesn't have water or towels either !

This is a very interesting hotel complex with lots of rooms, a spa, a sauna, pool, restaurant, bar, pet stations & exercise areas, fitness center, separate breakfast area, three conference rooms, 200 hotel rooms, a clock tower, outdoor patio area, several vending machines, on-line check in and express checkout. Our room was very nice, and I liked how I couldn't hear myself walking on the floor with it being upstairs. There was a nice easy chair with ottoman in the room with plenty of lighting. There were drawers and a wardrobe for clothes storage with a built-in safe. The lobby had a little store area with some interesting items and there were board games that could be checked out through the front desk. The decor was lovely and the menu for the restaurant looked like it held very yummy dishes.

Buffet breakfast has gone down hill, maintenance of rooms (drains) second rate, but the prices have dropped the last few years so you get what you pay for I guess. The hotel used to be high energy property that's obviously seen its better days and may have new owners. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 15 years on business and watched it change.

Very close to OKC airport. Great spread of breakfast foods. Very clean Didn't smell like smoke. (Non-smoker. Thank you for that@ Wasn't able to use swimming pool because it was snowing but it looked very nice!

This is a very nice facility with a great staff and very clean rooms. Plenty of parking, lots of tv channels, safe area, soft beds with nice fluffy pillows. The full breakfast is really great with plenty of selections.

Great staff, attentive, and cool theme. John the maintenance guy is super helpful and the front desk ladies are awesome. The pretty young lady even gave my puppy some treats as a gift from the staff. The cleaning team is on point, and security is doing a fantastic job. Best hotel in the area for certain. Thank you, guys and gals!

When we arrived, Expedia had totally screwed up our reservations by failing to forward the info to the hotel. The front desk was incredibly helpful and patient in getting things straight. Actually, all of the staff were friendly. We met friends and family in the bar a couple of times over our 3 day stay and encountered 2 hard working young ladies tending the bar. The restaurant cooked up some tasty appetizers. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite good for the better than typical spread. We have no complaints. would stay here again.

We're truck drivers and were broke down in OKC for a full week. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows. There is food within walking distance, but the Saddleback bar and grill was the bomb. Our bartender Rachel is very friendly and a great bartender. We ate dinner at the bar most every night. The food was exceptional. Breakfast is served in this location and it's a true buffet of the traditional options, eggs,bacon,sausage,pancakes or French toast and cereal both hot and cold it was very good. We even took in some hottub and pool time. The entire place was very clean and inviting. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Everyone at this facility has been very nice and accommodating.

I Have Been Staying here for the last 7 years the breakfast buffet is great the shuttle is on time will take you drop off so you can do some shopping they also have the Saddleback bar an grill microwave an refrigerator in room

I booked our stay at the best Western. We were super excited about coming. I had an emergency ER and then surgery for my mom and we had to cancel our trip. Best Western charged me the full price for the three nights. I am very disappointed.

The woman at the front desk was very nice but that is the only good thing I have to say about this best western property. This is like an upgraded motel 6. It is one of the worst best westerns I've stayed at. It is badly in need of a complete renovation. Room smells like smoke and old carpets and full of beaten up old 70s wood. There are sketchy people wandering the parking lot like zombies and seems like a spot for drug dealers et al. An old Lincoln was tearing through the parking lot and a couple could be seen and heard fighting through their ground floor room nearby. If it wasn't so late I would leave and go get another hotel. The buildings look like old housing projects. Tub is old and gross so I won't be showering here. The outdoors area is a mess and unkept as well. Oh! One more good thing, stray cats wandering outside. Cars are cool. Hotel is gross.

Both the Sink and tub drained very slowly, water was warm, no hot water, safe didn't work at all and the lights were needing new bulbs.... internet was always down so I wasn't able to finish my work; but they they get the internet working after I checked out, 3 days later of my check-in. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

We had a great family trip. The rooms were super clean. The staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. My kids favorite part was the pool they had such fun. The hotel is located in a perfect spot. It's close to hurricane harbor, the zoo, the outlet mall, and many other fun places.

Lots of homeless in area, although hotel did a great job with security, we never felt unsafe. Lots of variety for breakfast, not your typical continental breakfast. Kids loved the outdoor pool, much larger than most hotels. Would diffently stay there again if I ever go to OKC again.

First room found a bed bug. Second room not even cleaned yet. third room 'ok' but the ottoman was extremely filthy, light gaps under door to outside, annoying flies in breakfast and dining areas. Desk clerk was stuck dealing with the issues, waitress friendly. Had more breakfast food choices at other hotels.Emailed GM and did receive apologetic emails back from her and other staff.

Checked in late in the afternoon, got in the room and toilet didn't flush. Went to front desk and was given a different room. Moved all our stuff into new room, and found out the sink was not draining. Returned to the front desk and was given a new room. Got in the third room and decided it was time for dinner. Came back a few hrs later and got kids to bed and then realized the carpet was wet on the side of the ac unit, about a five by five area. We slept in the room with a smell of musty wet carpet. We packed up the next morning, booked a night in another hotel and didn't look back. Customer service at Best Western was great the talked to the hotel and cancelled our last night and discounted our one horrible stay with them. Avoid this hotel.

I loved this motel. The western theme is precious. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire staff were so happy and friendly. Breakfast was by far the best I have seen compared to any other hotel I've stayed in. Promp efficient service with a smile. Absolutely loved this resort. What a hidden gem!

Best beds ever! My experience was wonderful, pool side rooms very pleasant stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was my favorite part, hot and a large variety of real hearty food!

The beds were so comfortable! I loved all of the staff so friendly and helpful! They had complimentary hot breakfast every morning. The shuttle was available for me to get to the airport. They also have a bar and grill on property very convenient!!

While it doesn't seem much to look at, the beds are super comfortable, one of the most diverse continental buffet I've been to, an on-site restaurant and bar and hot tub. Chef is kinda weird but he makes a heck of a sirloin! Will be back soon

Rooms are clean and the overall stay was great! The breakfast was magnificent! Also, went to the bar and grill and the burger tasted good and it was nice to have it at the hotel. The entire team was great as well. Only issue is the building is a little old and it is needed an update, however, I can't complain because it was clean. Also the price is hard to beat!

It was a great stay, our truck was in the shop for 11 days. Trinity in the office was amazing. We ran out of prescription and she made sure we get them! Great staff! The rooms where clean, bar tender was great! We loved the breakfast!

No bedding for pull out couch when we paid for 3 people. Called front desk and man said sorry…. Bedding was locked. Would not take bedding from empty room. Pull out couch had food wrappers in it. No working refrigerator which we needed for medication. Room was dusty and only 2 towels, 2 hand towels.

If staying with family at this place I advise you to stay elsewhere. Rooms on the back end of the property that can accommodate a family haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Be sure to ask for fresh sheets for the fold out couch at check in, because it's likely you don't have any in the drawers in your room. It's also a hell of a hike to the front desk if you're staying in the back.

Quick trip to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with wife. Room was comfortable and clean. Slept well in nice bed. Would be interested in staying again if back in area again. There are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.

Requested a ground room floor was given a second floor room and the door had to be slammed in order to close. Checkout was a nightmare. The only positive thing about the hotel is that it's pretty centrally located and fairly easy on and off the freeway. Stay at your own risk.

First time staying here. The lobby is an adorable western theme with a very cool bar over looking the pool area. We stopped by the bar first before heading to our room. Maria was our bartender. She is so sweet and was very attentive to our needs. She also makes an excellent old fashioned. Headed to our room which was clean and had everything we needed. Next morning we enjoyed the breakfast with all the hot and cold offerings. I had this chorizo eggs, sausage and some yogurt. All were tasty. The entire staff that we encountered we friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Booked room points, bw promotion...had dog, given room next to freeway, very noisy, long way from hotel facilities...on arrival dirty towel in bathroom with large black bug...went to watch tv...did not work...tried phone office, phone did not work, then the room key stopped working...maintenance staff could not be reached to fix...offered another room that did not exist...gave up and went to bed...given 3000 points as compensation...make sure you request room inside hotel away from highway, you will feel safer and less noisy...hotel pool area was nice place to sit to get away from highway noise...desk staff could be a little more professional...we were on road trip and have experienced a very wide gap in bw between professional appearance/attitudes and casual type staff/attitudes

Summer time stay. Our room was clean, the excellent bar/lounge tenders were friendly, smiling and great conversation, variety breakfast items that all ranked as delicious, from the hot buffet to cold cereals, fresh fruit and great coffee and juices.

First off great customer service…front desk morning and evening front desk staff is superb as they were very helpful in giving out info as well as being very friendly. We did a nights stay as we went to see Reba. The Paycom center is close as it's about 10mins away so it's not too far for a concert or seeing the thunder. I didn't have the opportunity to work out as there are some good machines in there to get a sweat on, didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, spa, or sauna but they are all close and within range of the rooms. The breakfast was good as it's pretty simple with toast, waffles, yogurt and the buffet of gravy, biscuits, bacon, potatoes, and egg which were quite delish. We didn't try out there restaurant but from what i can smell it was delish but we went to trappers and it just down the street within a min or two. Everything was clean, everything was great, we were quite relaxed, and we had a great nights sleep on a very comfy bed. We will most def be back!!!

I've been staying here since 1986 and it has always been a good place to stay. A good place to eat was next door and now it is closed and that can be an issue if you want to eat out, but the motel is tops as a place to stay.

From check in to check out I had a great experience! The front staff was super quick and friendly. The Restaurant and Lounge was very nice and open. Indoor and outdoor area to enjoy music to eat and have drinks. Bar staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool is located right next to everything. Great atmosphere all the way around! Rooms are beautiful and clean!

Tv wasn't working but they had service there within 10-15 min. They were super friendly and fixed the tv immediately. It's an older hotel but the pool, spa, lounge and restaurant were great food and good service.

Stop in, you'll enjoy every minute. I was met with professionalism and taking care of quickly. Enjoy your eating while there was more like being at home than being in a hotel. They were so kind and friendly to everybody and made me feel right at home. I can't think of anything negative to say about this visit. I have been in many hotels over my lifetime and I enjoy this one immensely. Kudos to the whole gang. Thank you

My one night stay at the Saddleback Inn and Conference Center was delightful. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The bar & grill has a good selection and the food was high quality. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a much needed break from my drive and are beautifully maintained.

There were mouse droppings in the bed and the towels had spots of crusty yellow on them. The pool was also green. The front desk did not offer a new room but to only comp us and have us still stay in the same room.

Room was actually okay, it's an older building, but was roomy. A few little chips in the bathtub and such, but good. The coke machine sodas were hot ( and $2 for a canned coke). The laundry room was open and the washing machine worked, but the dryers did not. Which left me with dripping wet laundry and no way to dry it. When inquiring about it, they told me it was "under maintenance" but there was no sign and the laundry room was unlocked with door open. Our air didn't work, so someone came to fix it ( twice actually) and while it helped it was still over 75 in our room. I will say it was super hot that day in OKC. We had to call to get someone to fix our tv. The man who came was very nice. I materials I received upon check in said to ask for a cleaning on 8 am or before the day I wanted it cleaned. I called the night before to request it, but it did not get cleaned. When I called to ask about it- they said they would get right to me. Which they did not do, and later said they only clean every three days. The housekeeping staff did bring me more towels and washcloths. I didn't enjoy my stay, and would not recommend it. I would not stay again.

Nice hotel. It was an older layout, but well done. Rooms were larger than what I am used to and it was comfortable. It reminded me of motels I stayed at when I was younger traveling with my family. I would defiantly stay here again

The staff was courteous, check in and out easy and the AC was very cold. Overall a great experience. The price was awesome. I have no complaints. Would definetly recommend and stay there again. Superb

Though this was an older BW it was in very good condition and had extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Checkin was easy and fast. Overall this was a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Front Desk was exceptional for customer service. The rooms were clean. Only problem I/we had was parking. A work truck took up four spaces right in front of the rooms. We had a problem unloading our bags.

The place was clean and the staff was amazing, we appreciate the efficiency the staff handled our needs, and they exceeded our expectations. We will look forward to working with this establishment again in the near future.

We were looking for a pool for our children to swim in and the website pictures advertised a nice pool. Yet, the pool was not operable. The bed did sleep well, but the room didn't have a hair dryer which was advertised. And while we did sleep in, we were still there a half hour before the breakfast time was up. All the tables were messy with left over food and plates, there was no milk or bowls, nothing had been replaced.

Traveled for a daughter's softball tournament. The rooms are extremely outdated and blankets and pillows need to be updated with higher quality. Went to Walmart and purchased own. The overall cleanliness of the rooms is way below standards. Many issues with room keys which caused multiple trips to the front desk. The keys would work one time or not at all some groups in our party were locked out of rooms for hours!!! Very sketchy area!!!

Upon arrival I could automatically tell this was a fairly sketchy area and there were several homeless folks in the area as well as other ladies of the night. However non posed a problem for me and I never saw any of them on the actual hotel property. The property is very well lit at night time which offered some peace of mind. The room was nice and clean, and everything worked. I did not have any of the issues outlined in some of the other reviews. Staff was very friendly and seemed to go out of their way to help if needed. Was in town for business and would definitely stay here again. Prices were well worth the value of the room.

The staff was very friendly. The location left a little to be desired there were a lot of homeless people in the immediate area and what appeared to be a prostitute changing clothes in one of the breezeways between rooms.

Rooms not sound proofed, not even a little. Felt like I was sleeping on the side of the highway. Then a guy came out of his room about midnight and very loud and obnoxious. Then came back a couple hours later being loud and obvious. and I could hear his flip flops sloshing on the sidewalk as he paced back and forth. And about 6am, another guy sat outside of his room next door smoking and hacking his brains out. But I was already up at 4:30am cuz the highway kept me awake. The room was clean, and the bed was OK. They are very pet friendly. They have hot breakfast.

After we went to our room from checking in, we unloaded and unpacked, when my daughter went to the restroom and found out the toilet is broken. It does not flush, no water in it. Called the front desk, they would move us. We packed back up. The security guard brought us a new room key, and then went with my daughter to check it out. When they walked in it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in the room. My daughter mentioned it to him, he started to ask if she wanted to stay, then he told her let him go get a different room key for us. Finally, the third room was fine. The toilet did run if you did not jiggle the handle, the tub dripped the entire time. The day after we checked in, when I went to shower the floor towel was wet. I had to go to the front desk for extra towels and I told the lady, and she asked did the tub drip. I told her yes, she said it was from that... I thought the hotel was smoke free. But it was NOT. there were designated smoking spots, plus when you walked out of the room it smelled of smoke and or weed. I was very disappointed in the stay. The people were friendly and nice, but I will not stay here again or recommend.

Very nice hotel, had good breakfast, quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing that didn't work was the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had separate area with sink and bathroom. Overall we'd stay here again.

Lori @ front desk was warmly welcoming. Room was clean & comfortable w/fridge/micro. Wonderful water pressure. Nice linens. In room Keurig. Love motels like this one, old school, with exterior entrance doors so you can park right in front of your room, making it so much easier to load & unload luggage. I was in town for a funeral & appreciated the kindness shown to me. Experienced internet security issues so unable to access their free wifi but other than that everything was top notch. Certainly an outstanding value & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Tom who worked the front desk at this Best Western is a gem. Very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are inexpensive and spacious (although furniture is a little dated). Pet friendly- traveled with two dogs under 40 lbs without issue. They even had treats waiting for them upon our arrival. This hotel is huge and room entrances are located outside, which may impact some individuals decision in staying here.

While the hotel was fine, it was not exactly what was expected. We thought the hotel was going to be a lot nicer, but it worked more like a motel. The hot tub and sauna were not operational. We had to walk outside to get to our room.

When we checked in the manager was very nice and attentive. But after that it went downhill quick. When we got to our room the toilets did not work, we had no hot water and the tv did not work for multiple days. It took 2 days for them to fix the toilets and 3 for the tv and the hot water never got fixed. Also they did not come and clean the room but 1 time the entire stay after multiple request to do so.

The room was freezing. Kept thermostat at 74 and still freezing. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant waitress was very nice and and a good worker. Reported problem to front desk about the cold and the hostess just laughed.

Could improve room's cleanliness. 24hr security patrolled the parking lots so that was a major plus. Outdoor heated pool was nice, but sauna and hot tub was closed due to maintenance. Bar and grill a plus too.

For a hotel that freaked out over covid but yet you enjoy placing your coffee pots next to the Toilets in your rooms. There are plenty of places in the rooms other then the bathroom to place the coffee pots.

Older hotel updated and well maintained. Very clean. Comfy bed.Has the onsite restaurant which we appreciated. Food was very tasty and well prepared. Service was attentive. We had the Salisbury steak special and a cheeseburger. The chef kindly gave us chips and queso gratis as we hadn't eaten since breakfast and it was dinner time.

This facility presents itself as an upscale hotel/convention center, with many amenities. That might have been true at one time. The TV in the sitting area of my suite did not work, and the staff were unable to correct the problem. The Spa area was taped off and labeled "under repair". The Bar/Lounge was not open, and no explanation was given. The breakfast was marginal. The staff were friendly, but that did not make up for the other problems. I would recommend staying somewhere else until this facility can address their problems.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis. There is nothing special about the rooms but they are very clean and comfortable. The main reason I stay here is the staff. I think BW gathered all the extremely polite and helpful people in OKC and got them to work here. Haha. I have never had any issues with anything. I highly recommend this hotel. The only negative is that it's next to interstate which can be noisy but honestly, inside the room, you barely notice.

I came here in January for a training. I stayed for eight nights. The hotel staff was consistently friendly and very responsive. They took care of anything and everything we needed both in the hotel room and the conference room. Our room was immaculate. The beds are on the firmer side and still comfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay. The fitness center is simple with four cardio machine options. The Universal gym station has some issues with a broken or damaged cable. I would stay here again.

While an older hotel, it is very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful on 2 occasions, when we goofed up. Dogs are welcomed with treats in the entrance, a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with some added items not usually found in a standard breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent value and service and was minutes away from venue we were going to. The staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel and all its area was very clean. It offered a nice restaurant and patio with fire pits.

This is an older hotel, but they have really taken care of it. Everything was very nice. The pool/bar area is great. We were there in the winter, so we couldn't sit outside. We really liked how the hotel is laid out. The western/cowboy theme is very appropriate and welcoming.

Always stay at this hotel when in OKC and has been a good experience until my last two stays, but unless some upgrades are made to the mattresses ,I will have to stay elsewhere. Staff here are excellent.

Such a great place right off the highway. We got 3 rooms all were clean, spacious, fantastic price, breakfast was wonderful. Once we were checked in Nick from the front desk called to make sure everything was fine. Very nice of him.!

Extremely friendly staff! Great breakfast, comfy bed, large room! The only downside was the room could have used better vacuuming, ALL surfaces were very clean. This hotel has a beautiful pool, and a nice bar complete with saddles for a picture opportunity! We enjoyed our stay.

First off, I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times in the past. While the hotel can't do anything about the crime in the area, please check the crime map of the area before booking. Very bad. Also, if you bring a pet, such as a dog, they will put you in the rear of the complex, right next to I-40. We felt like we were trying to sleep on the shoulder of the freeway. The heat was broken. Room was just so so. We were traveling to AZ from MI, just staying for about 8 hours, so didn't report the broken heating system.

I stayed in the King Suite - huge room with vaulted ceilings. Very comfortable with nice amenities. Had breakfast each day at the hotel which was great and had good variety. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Lobby area very nice. Room, however, was very dark and dated. The staff were all very nice & allowed me to have a 2pm check-out since my flight was not until 6pm. They have a free shuttle to the airport which is a nice amenity. I typically don't stay at hotels where the rooms open to the outdoors but a friend already had a reservation here. I understand the "doors" situation is a personal preference. Yes, I would stay here again... if the price was right. Lots of other options in the area.

This is an older hotel, but well kept up. We were given an upgrade at check in, which was very nice. Had a 3rd floor suite. Very clean and quiet. Had a little traffic noise occasionally. There is a bar/restaurant on the premises. The food was good and the breakfast was also good in the morning. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

From check in, to check out. Under impressed. I generally love my stays at BW properties, but this one is dated, as in very. The rooms reek of cigarette smoke (had to change my room), express check in was done on my laptop 2 days prior. Got there and had to go through the entire check in process (unlike Amarillo where I walked in, got my key and went to my room). They said they had no record for express check-in. A couple of the lights didn't work, the AC worked but was freezing cold, no matter what the setting. My room was across from an industrial park where there was a car audio shop. Whenever they 'tested' the thunderous volume and low frequency bass shook the entire side of the hotel similar to mating a freight train with an earthquake. The restaurant was another experience. I called them twice on separate nights, to leave a message so they could call back, I could order then pick up the food. Both times, no one ever called back. To be fair, the bartender/waitress/server was the only one working when I went in to the actual restaurant, so she had her hands full. But, was rude and dismissive when speaking with me and I had to wait for quite awhile for all the bar patrons to go first. not unusual, but when your waving and making eye contact and they just blow you off? Not cool. The breakfast was watery eggs, undercooked sausage/bacon, about zero healthy options, etc. I really do like BW properties and have stayed at numerous different locations over the years, but I can safely say I will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else either.

I have stayed here in the past and knew it to be an excellent place to stay but I was in class for the USPS and the training was less than a mile from the hotel. I had forgot how many places are available for dining in the area and a wide range of price ranges in the eating places.

Amazing Hotel and resort/conference center, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the pool was SPOTLESS and beautiful, The spa was a little cool for my liking but nothing to complain about, the staff was all very friendly, especially the bartender! very genuine and friendly guy!!!! Will certainly stay again and DEF recommend staying here again!!!

We stay in Best western Squidco Fishing, and this one was one of the best, particularly since there was a restaurant and bar on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it as a good easy stop along I 40.

From the get-go they lied to me about stuff. I use pre check in which according to the email would save me time when checking in at the hotel, yet I still spent forever trying to check in at the front desk.

This property offers free shuttle, which doesn't include Bricktown, so after management approval, we paid for a trip to Bricktown. When we called for the shuttle to pick us up from Bricktown, the woman who answered at the hotel was very rude! She said "we aren't supposed to go to Bricktown." When i told her we got management approval and paid, she still insisted this was not supposed to happen. I'm sure that's something to take up with the manager and not say to the customer!

We visit the water park in ok city as our family end of summer trip. We stay at this best western . The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is included, usually they change up the breakfast. It was hot food not bag breakfast. Pool was clean and they had pool towels. We used shuttle to the water park. It saved time and money. They also offered the shuttle to the outlet mall, but we drove ourselves. It was quiet even though our room was at the back by interstate 40. It was clean and we had plenty of towels.

Stayed with over 100 Shriners for annual convention. The staff was so nice. Anything we requested was given. Having doubled our space needed for hospitality room to extra seating around the pool. An older hotel in the midst of renovations, it was very clean. Would definitely recommend for large groups. The bar and grill had the best bartender and staff. The food was huge portions and delicious. I rate it 5 out if 5 Stars!

Clean room, good location, breakfast was great! AC didn't work but was swapped out after a few hours. Traveling cross country and this is one of if not the best ones we stayed in (9 nights in best westerns in a row total)

One of the worst run places.... no manager came to talk to us after being sent to dirty room with food still in refrigerator. Then moved to noisy room outside pool. No one was in control. People smoking cigarettes and pot right at the pool. Glass beer bottles kids running around no control at all. There also is no quiet hour at this place. Then power went out 1 of the days for like 8 hours and no one even apologized or came around to check on things....no light had to use phone light until battery died....there was tons more but not enough space to right

After a long day of car travel, our arrival here was greatly anticipated. It was nice we could park immediately in front of our room so we did not have a distance to haul our luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Good mattress! An extra bonus was the restaurant was open and we did not have to get back into the car to find a spot for dinner. We were greeted by Jim Buck, the bar manager, and he made sure we were seated, served our beverages, and set up for a good meal.

Our family stayed here and enjoyed top-notch customer service. Everything was nicely maintained, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the young lady serving was efficient, pleasant, and able to move a large number of people through quickly. Very good experience!

The rooms are large, the Tv is decent size, and the beds are comfortable. The grounds are clean, and the pool, spa, and sauna area is awesome. My only complaint is for a hotel this size they should have another ice machine.

The room was very clean. The desk staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The bartender was very good. This is the most friendly place I have ever stayed, everyone from the front desk, the lady who ran the breakfast, the bartender and other employees were extremely friendly and polite.

Have never been disappointed when staying at a Best Western Plus. The Oklahoma City Best Western was very clean, great food, and easy to get on and off the interstate. Have always been treated very professionally and friendly.

We LOVE the Best Western Saddleback! Clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and delicious free breakfast. Pool and lounge are are well kept and provide a place to relax and visit with family/friends!

I like their breakfast. This past time, I stayed there 9 days and they never serviced my room. The tv remotes never seem to work. The hot water went out, apparently in the whole building, and I had to move myself from one side of the property to a building on the other side of the property and they gave me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience.

We always stay here for family get away. The pool, hot tub and sauna are great. Pet friendly with mutt mitts provided around the property. Suites are perfect for a family of five with plenty of room to spread out, 2 queen beds plus sofa bed for sleeping and 2 tv's keep everyone entertained. Quick drive to many dining and shopping areas.

We arrived supposedly to early to check in so we leave and come back at 3, then they could not check us in because they had no power, didn't get to sign in until 9:30 but no room keys, then they booked me a one bed instead of a suite for a family of 5, then seemed bothered every time we needed the door unlocked because there door keys were not working, through the stay the damn door keys would deactivate causing us to go each time back to front desk. Could not watch TV because of no channels available. Breakfast only had one staff member serving, causing few breakfast items on the lines.

There were cobwebs in every corner of my room. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and the check in process was slow. The only positive was the breakfast which was subpar at best, but with Covid was a worthy surprise.

We have been coming to Oklahoma for the last fifteen years. We always stay at Best Western Saddle Brook Inn. The Staff consistently exceeds our expectations. Always professional and friendly. We will be back in six months.

Great staff and comfortable room. Front desk person offered to drive us to the airport outside of normal van service hours. Van driver who picked us up at rental center was extremely friendly and nice. He also drove us and picked us up from a local brewery. Couldn't have been a better location for our meeting and proximity to the airport. Room layout plus fridge and microwave in room were great! Good breakfast selection with great coffee.

Clean hotel at a good price. Minutes from area attractions. Breakfast was hearty and portions ample. Employees very polite and friendly. Pool was clean. Only downside-in an older part of town-industrial area.

Got to the room and the air conditioner wasn't working. Maintence came immediately and fixed the problem. As it was gettig dark out side, we notice the door jam was out the wall. I turned off the light and the light from outside came thru the crack and could see the red car sitting outside our room. I didn't not feel safe, even the maintence guy was surprised and said it looked like someone tried to break in at one time Talkedto the desk and they asked what I was expecting them to do, all the room were booked. I asked for free nights or something, i got $50 off the room. We couldn't go anywhere else at the time as there was a cattle, goat and sheep show going on... they were not very friendly about any of this. I sent an email and pictures to Best Western and have heard nothing. I would put them on here but they are on my phone. I will never stay at a Best Western again.... some of the staff were very friendly but the front desk were not friendly at all.....

I used to stay here pretty regularly but everything about this hotel has gone downhill. Front desk is not friendly, shower full of hair , beds are worn and uncomfortable, the street noise was ridiculous even though I was facing a side street, internet was slow. Definitely needs better cleaning. Time to find a better stop in this area.

Easy Check in/out. Very friendly staff. Clean room, clean bathroom, nice large flat screen TV, On site self serve laundry very helpful. In house restaurant and lounge a plus. I will be staying at this place again.

We have been staying here for years. The hotel was beginning to show its age. We hadn't been there for about 6 months. Wow were we surprised. They have made major improvement and upgrades. Great job for staying up to date!

Just a quick getaway for us. If you like western decor you'll enjoy some of the photos and decor. Rooms are pretty good. Just a pretty clean place. People were friendly. Breakfast was great. Has a bar and grill on site as well.

All of the hotel staff I encountered seemed to be genuinely interested in helping. The interior is outdated, but it is very well maintained and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. It's great for family or business.

The staff here was simply fantastic. The front desk had some of the friendliest staff ever. The young lady that serves the breakfast on Thursday morning was really friendly and helpful. Valentina, the housekeeper was really nice and did a super job. Anne, the waitress in the Saddle Up Bar & Grill was awesome!

The room was nice clean and easily accessible. Our rooms water heater didn't work. They quickly moved us to a new room. (They said it wasn't working yesterday and thought they had remedied the problem. No worries. Did I mention a real breakfast. I travel for my company and these grab and go bags are a joke! They actually had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes and more!

Nasty room, moldy curtains, noisy outside, shower faucet needed repaired do to water coming out of shower head and faucet at the same time. Truck got hit sitting in the parking lot by one of the construction workers staying there ( basically living there while working)

Rooms were comfortable, clean, large. Breakfast was a full breakfast full of quality food, many options. Staff was amazing, felt like home. Check in was very fast and check out took all of 5 minute, from the time I said hi to thank you.

The staff was great, breakfast was awesome, and price for hotel was very affordable! Would definitely stay again and would recommend it. Within miles of everything. Nice and clean rooms. Good parking.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on for years.... I have seen it go through several renovations and it always comes back better. I think it's time for another renovation. The room I had, an old toliet that ran constantly after flushing... the hot water was at least a 5 minute wait and I ended up without hot in the middle of one shower.... the room was big and clean, as always. They have added newer and larger TV's! A plus and very nice, except when your neighbors decided to turn it on loud and leave it on all night. Calling to the desk did not take care of it, but, I give to the friendly and very nice workers. Sometimes people in their rooms don't care... the Covid breakfast was actually hot, with a hotel worker serving and places to sit and eat.... all with masks and all of us 6 feet or more apart. Gotta love a hotel who really tries for it's guests like that! Yes, I will continue to stay here, but, I hope they will think of another update to continue to keep this a great place to stay!!

Front desk staff needs a lot of training. Breakfast was the same everyday. Bar was under construction when we were there. Informed them that the room phone didn't work- no change throughout the stay. No hot water the first day. 2nd day, no water for a while. They say it's a smoke free hotel, but we were on the 3rd floor and people sit in the corner near the elevator and smoke in that area.

Not located in the best part of the city. Very noisy and stains on ceiling in room. It is pet friendly which was a big plus. The staff was great and the breakfast good considering the COVID crisis. Rates a little high for what it is.

The room was not very clean. The floors had not been swept/mopped. The sofa had all kinds of dust/debris on it, tables not dusted, etc. The bathroom and the beds appeared to be clean. It definitely made me wonder if the room had been sanitized...

The looks upon arrival was okay, the lounge area and bar and grill is nice. The rooms didn't look bad but i wouldn't say here if you wanted rest! You can hear everything outside and the rooms next to you.

The greatest place to stay, ALWAYS!!! From the staff and Mr. Don the supervisor to the comfortable rooms and the cleaning people, it is always superb. And don't forget the great breakfast experience. ALWAYS!!!

We stayed here one night after checking ratings. We found it to be rather outdated. It is a huge place and we travel with a pet so we got an inconvenient room. That part has not been updated. The walkways are dirty cement with cracks and holes. The room was fine but the closet door is really in the way and the toilet ran most of the time. It had a microwave and a fridge that was good. The grounds in the back are not cared for. They look better around the front although boards on the overhang coming in are starting to come apart. The receptionist gave us keys that didn't work and could have cared less. She forgot(?) to give us breakfast passes. He dining room was sparse and had a very limited menu. There were very few people staying there. Plenty of parking all around...just sort of grungy all around.

We stayed overnight here on the last night of our week long road trip. Very nice and friendly hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated! We are from the Northeast and we loved the Cowboy theme. We had an issue with the tv and called for maintenance. They came within five minutes and resolved the problem without making us feel like idiots (it was unplugged). What a great treat it was to sit and have breakfast instead of the "bag and go" breakfast we got accustomed to during the COVID restrictions. Seems like such a simple thing but it was so much appreciated to have this normal actvity.

Very nice hotel, clean room and very comfortable. The hidden gem is the restaurant. Excellent food. great taste and huge portions. My wife and i loved it! Can't wait to go back. It's the best food we have had since the lock down. My wife side dish of the homemade beans was great and would have served 5 people compared to the side dish you would get at Cracker B.

I can't believe the quality of this amazing hotel! Our room was right next to pool. They have done so well with the upgrades to this facility! The bar has windows that open to the outside area by the pool. They installed new gas fire pits that go so well at night with the lighted pool. The ambiance pairs really well with incredible staff and stay here at the hotel. Seriously can not wait to stay here when we're travel to OKC.

The night we stayed here there were a lot of construction workers that were smoking right outside of their rooms. The man next to us was even smoking while sitting on top of a bucket of Mineral Spirits. Can we say Flammable? The smoke infiltrated our room and I had to request a new room. My family and I were placed in a new room at the back side of the property right next to the interstate. It was very noisy and the tub drain was clogged. I felt as if my family and I were punished for complaining about the smoke as there were plenty of rooms available that were not this close to the interstate. I asked the woman at the front desk why people are allowed to smoke outside of their rooms and it isn't enforced when it clearly states that smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. She didn't even know the rules of her own hotel that she works at and told me that it was Oklahoma and it was allowed. Well, after our conversation she checked the hotel rules and apologized by offering us a suite - 30 minutes after we had settled into the new room. This certainly wasn't the worst motel stay during my trip. However, I expect more for a Best Western Plus. This motel really needs to space out their guests due to COVID-19. They just piled all of the guests into one section of the hotel. The positive of the stay was the nice breakfast available for pickup. They also allowed our cats to stay here. After speaking with manager, she seemed like she genuinely cared about the hotel. For this reason, I am giving this hotel 3 stars.

We were pleased with the hotel. We stayed in a suite and there was plenty of room for the three of us and a dog. The hotel grounds were clean, the pool area was clean and the room was clean. All staff were wearing masks. Staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel is close to other hotels and restaurants (within 1/2 mile). We felt safe and had no issues.

Very friendly staff, clean room and fun pool area. The restaurant bar, with its outdoor seating, craft cocktails, and creative tasty menu were a very pleasant surprise. It is a level of restaurant I would not expect at a property like this. It really enhanced our stay, especially during the pandemic and allowing us to not have a need to leave the property on our overnight stay.

First time at this property, was a little bit confusing finding the actual entrance to the Hotel but once inside I found a clean area and a welcoming staff. All of the staff were wearing masks with posted signs and hand sanitizer in and around the lobby. For the most part this appears to be an old style all doors are outside on a walkway type of hotel. We found our king suite to be more than adequate; it was spacious, clean & comfortable and with a AC unit that kept the heat out. There is a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave, with plenty of desk space and a separate sitting area. We found the bed to be comfortable with many pillows which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. We ate in the bar/restaurant for dinner ordered off a set menu, the food was good, fairly priced and enjoyable. The breakfast is boxed in to go containers, but was adequate to get us off to a good start. If you are traveling through the area this is a good overnight option, and they have a pool for the hot summer days. If traveling through the area again based on this stay I would stay here again in the future.

Stayed here in 2028 and room was adequate and ambiance quite pleasant. So had few qualms about another stay. Reserved room earlier on day of arrival and deposit for $102.70 placed on my credit card. Upon dinner time check in on June 2, 2020 we were shocked! Hotel grounds were overgrown with grass and weeds and few cars indicating very minimal occupancy. We were directed to second floor room in building with no other tourist cars in area. In the midst of a pandemic we feared for our health in an obviously little used building. Scary! We said location was unacceptable for disabled adult and the other senior citizen. . We then were directed to another room on the outer side of the hotel. Several construction trucks and us. No tourists! More scary in remote location. Said we would not be staying at this hotel based on concerns for our health, safety and well being during the pandemic. Asked for refund. Desk clerk said she had to ask manager who was not available on site or by phone. We left and got a wonderful room at Holiday Inn Express. Nice room and other tourists staying there. We felt safe in a well maintained environment. Saddleback Inn never reimbursed our deposit of almost $103. Manager never available to take calls. Didn't work on 4th of July weekend! Clearly poorly managed and it shows. Loyal employees but no management support. Sadly Best Western has no control over hotels in their organization. Decision was manager's. Frankly if in Oklahoma City and you can't find any other place to stay but the Saddleback Inn, save your money and find a park bench. No more Best Western hotels for us. Clearly this one was far from the best. Disappointing.

We got in super late but still had an easy check in. Got to our room and everything was decent. A little dated but overall clean. Bed was comfy and had some space to move around. My only complaint was the guy at the front desk told us check out was at noon. He was very sure of this so when the cleaning crew came to our door at 11 and we weren't ready to leave, I felt terrible making them have to come back later and super rushed to get out. So make sure even if someone says noon, make sure you know it's 11.

We were here for OYE, only 1 night this time, but have stayed a week in the past. Stay here whenever we are in the city, great place always clean and comfortable. Breakfast place and menu had changed, smaller room, not as much selection, but was very good.

I have been on the road for 15 days so far and mostly things are great. I was very disappointed when I purchased a room through hotel tonight & this hotel's staff made a point of not giving us a less expensive, available room (she said the hotel was 25% booked) because we booked through a third party. My business partner and I had to share a king bed. I asked repeatedly to speak to the manager on duty. She refused because "she knew what he was going to say". The desk clerk would not call him at 950 pm. She then threatened to refuse us service AND "let us try to get our money back!". Completely unnecessary.

This is my go to place in OKC. Everytime I have visited the Saddleback Inn my room was spotless. They are big and yet comfy with all the amenities you need (microwave, coffee pot, fridge, ceiling fan). The property has a pool, hot tub and dry heat sauna along with a bar and restaurant. I didn't try the pool while we were snowed in but the sauna and hot tub were nice. Breakfast is fantastic! The full bar has a good selection of local craft beer and I can't wait to see what the newly remodled bar will look like. Every member of the staff was very courteous and professional. This hotel is conviently located and has free parking. It has exactly what I am looking for in a hotel experience.

Room as clean and quiet, price for a suite was better than most single rooms, breakfast was good. Easy access to most anything, in an industrial area so quieter than most areas, would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and quite. This is a hotel that you park in front of your room that I like because I'm a smoker and I can step outside and smoke (No Smoking in the room) This hotel has a restaurant and the food is excellent. The breakfast starts at 6:00 and the breakfast is excellent several items to choose from the best breakfast by far.

Spacious, clean room. Nice decor. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, hash browns, fruit. Pretty grounds with nice outdoor pool area. Lots of restaurants not far from hotel. Shopping areas near.

I have had the pleasure of staying here from time to time over the years.stayed there once a week for the last 6 weeks or so.they always treat me very well.the front desk clerks are very courteous, friendly and professional.Melissa at the bar goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome.seems she does the job of several people. i also like the being able to have my truck close at hand.

The hotel is good but not great. It can get a bit noise at times with other people staying there being a little to loud. The staff seems nice but can get distracted by talking to each other to much while being checked in. Rooms are good and clean. Like that they have a microwave in there and don't have to leave my room to heat food up. Never used restaurant but heard its good from other co workers. They also have a small bar place that I never used. Over all I recommended.

First criteria is always, Is it clean & quiet. YES! The breakfast is delicious--and I'm not a breakfast fan. Also, if you're coming in later, their restaurant is open til 10pm so you don't have to go find food. We received a suite for the same price as the room. it is spacious. The decor may be a little dated for some, but the price for clean, quiet, spacious & a full breakfast is a deal. Stay there while you can. When they update it, you may not be able to afford it. :) . Really nice place.

12/31/2019 - 1/2/2020 When I made the reservation I specifically asked for a quiet tucked away room for my wife and I's anniversary. The clerk that checked me in saw the request, after I called attention to it. He deliberately changed our room to another location. I thought he was changing us to a “quiet” room. Our room ended up being right next to the machines for the hot tub that ran until 11pm every night. This location has always had the best breakfast, not any more. The pancakes and biscuits were rock hard, the bacon is paper thin and the gravy is tasteless. I didn't even try the eggs, they looked nasty. This hotels breakfast is now like every other hotels tasteless breakfast. At 9:45am, I guess it's time to get up! The cleaning crew were pushing their carts down the sidewalk for several hours past our room, over and over. Every time their wheels hit a crack in the walkway the carts would make loud horrible sounds. There was no way to sleep once that started. Unless the old breakfast food is brought back, which I doubt happens, and quiet rubber wheels replace the loud hard plastic wheels on the cleaning carts, so that I can sleep late if I want, there will not be another visit from me or my family. Goodbye Best Western

So I want to start with the customer service. Ms Kathy who helped us had the best service I've had in a long time. First we've been traveling from Anchorage Alaska. From the the phone call and arriving at the hotel she had the best attitude and personality. We arrived late in the evening and she had me laughing. I didn't even have to wait as soon as I entered the lobby, she knew who I was and had everything ready. This is a pet friendly hotel. The room she put us in was clean and best of all NO pet odor at all. From past experience at other pet friendly hotels that's where they failed in that area. But here not at all. The breakfast buffet was just as good as the service that I had received. The food was good and not to mention they didn't use plastic utensils and paper plates. There were two ladies there cleaning up as soon as people stepped away from their tables. I wished we had stayed longer then a night, but the time we were there was the best experience. Other Best Western need to take note on how they do things. Lead by example. Great job Saddleback!!!!

the front lobby looked very inviting, clean and cozy. They gentleman that checked me in was pleasant. I gave him my information and with all my discounts he quoted me $61. I was delighted. I asked about the breakfast and he gave me the times, and a ticket I will be needing in order to eat at the buffet in the morning. He gave me the key cards and told me where my room would be. I collected my key cards and went out the same way I came in. Was very pleased with the room it was very clean and comfortable. In the morning I left my keys in the room and left. I consider that my checkout. Later that evening I realized I had not received a receipt,I checked my back account and seen I was charged $85 for the room. Was disappointed at the least. I was lied to ☹

The heat and TV didnt work in my room they never fixed either of them even after I reported them as not working. They also only had decaf coffe for the coffee maker when I asked if I could get some regular I was told they were switching over to a new type of coffe maker I had the old style and decaf was all they had. This place has seen better days I will not stay there again.

Great price, great food, it does need a little updating but the lodge like atmosphere is a nice little touch. Makes it feel like it's not just another hotel. Rooms are setup like a motel so your entrances are on the outside.

This is a very well maintained older motel. The main downside is the outside access rooms in in-climate weather. The breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very accessible from I-40., and easy to locate. Overall a decent stay.

This hotel is located on the edge of an industrial Estate but you get what you pay for in this world and this hotel is exactly that. If you don't pay top money don't expect the hotel to be The Ritz! If you stay here you will have no problems and the rooms are large and clean.

This hotel is like an old friend. I have stayed here many many times over the years. They have updated and changed over the years, but it's always there and it always offers the best breakfast. Their staff is good, the rooms are clean and usually quiet. I will continue to try and stay here, although sometimes their rates can be beat by others....

this hotel was wonderful, and the staff treated me like I was the only guest, will return, always enjoy Best Western but this on was over the top. Breakfast was delish and hot with many choices, Pool area very clean although too cool to use it. Very close to many places to dine and the hotel shuttle will take you there and pick you up as well as take you down town or anywhere you need. Shuttle also picked me up at the airport with very little wait and was a very pleasant ride. Drivers very knowledgeable of area and point out things of interest.

Best place to stay! Bar scene is fun and great for the adults! Food is yummy. Only down fall was got tub was not working on this visit! Close to strip mall and several other eating establishment, as well as the airport

I had a small group stay here in October 2019. Although it should be listed as a “motel” because the doors open to the outside. Most of my group were around the pool. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms have a “Country decor“.

I can't remember how many times we have traveled with 1 or 2 large dogs, and the accommodations are so nice. Each ground level room in the pet area has its own little front lawn. We chose to stay in a pet friendly suite on the second floor this time...very little difference in price.

The walls were paper thin. At night one neighbor had his TV on all night and the other neighbor snored so loud it sounded like he was in my room. Laid in bed with pillows over my head. In the morning could not change the temperature on the thermostat. Tried to take a shower but the lift on the tub, which diverts water to the shower head, was stuck and the spout was loose and coming out from the wall. I also did not feel safe there. Little sleep that night. Breakfast was goo though.

Recently spent three nights in Oklahoma City on a group tour. We stayed at this property, but had a dreadful experience at check in. Our rooms were not all ready, even although we did not check in until after 6pm! The reason given was that they like to keep groups together. As we were already running late, our driver was given a room in a different part of the hotel from the "group" We were sent off to find our rooms which were to be all together. Our rooms were a good distance along several corridors from reception, and the breakfast room & bar - which was not ideal as our group were all sniors and some had walking difficulties. We spent a LONG time looking for the rooms and mine was NOT with the rest of the group after all! This led me (the group loeader) not having time to shower, before leaving for our dinner reservation. Not a great start! On the plus side, the hotel is ok and is well situated for our needs, Rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is very good. Nice bar and pool at the property too. As a nice email apology came from the sales manager, we will give the hotel another chance and be returning in May with another group, and we have been promised rooms together by the pool next time...I will keep you posted.

The room was large and had amenities however the toilet would run almost everytime it was flushed. We did not report this until when we checked out. Our neighbors knocked on our door at 1:30 AM as they had the wrong room They talked and laughed loudly for a half hour before they finally were quiet. We did not report this until we checked out.

I have stayed here multiple times over the last two years. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is extremely clean,maintained very well and wonderfully landscaped. It's a great place to relax and unwind. I've eaten both in the restaurant and the lounge and the food is very good. The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Melissa in the lounge is an excellent server who is friendly and accommodating. She instinctively knows what hospitality is and is always welcoming and warm. On the subject of hospitality I have one concern. I believe hospitality cannot be taught or learned. You either have it or you don't. Front desk positions can make or break an overnight stay. There is a gentleman at the front desk named William. If I based my overall opinion on him, he'd make me regret coming here. He acts as if he's doing you a favor by serving you. He's not friendly, doesn't smile, is curt and would be better suited in a position where he doesn't greet the public. His current position is obviously not a good fit for him. Likewise, none of this makes him a bad person either. His skills are better suited elsewhere.

This place is a great motel for the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star motel at a great price. Staff is great as well as the restaurant and lounge. Clean roo.s comfortable beds. No complaints at all

The wife and I were returning to New Mexico after a trip to Arkansas from a trip to my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We decided to stop over for a night due to rapidly deteriorating weather. I booked online at this hotel since I had encountered a less than satisfactory experience at a competitors chain hotel earlier in the trip. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean and breakfast was not to bad at all. Hotel is definitely a bit dated in the layout but is definitely a place I would stay again. Great price as well

The photos of this hotel online make the lobby look much bigger than it is; overall the conference center aspect is not huge, and the restaurant and bar, at least at present, are cramped. There is a lot of renovation going on which will probably change this, but right now the bar is a makeshift setup in a banquet room with little seating. The pool is very nice with a pleasant walkway connecting one set of rooms, the pool and hot tub, and the lobby/restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and complete with the 'standard' items for this type of hotel, lamps with plugs for electronics, small fridge, coffee setup, some workspace. Breakfast included hot food and the attention ot collecting 'tickets' for breakfasts that came with the room was not 100%. Be sure to give your ticket to the staff since apparently they get paid based on the number of breakfasts served!! If you want ot avoid the freeway traffic, you can actually get all the way downtown on Reno. Note that the pool is closed on MOnday morning for cleaning. Otherwise it's a great pool (although outdoors, so probably seasonal).

Beautiful facility, kind staff, lovely room. Great value for the price. Breakfast buffet was exceptional for hotel free breakfast. We will return for a weekend getaway. Even though close to the interstate, it is very quiet.

If you like southwestern rustic living, this is the place for you. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Not my choice of place to stay but stayed with group from high school. Teens love the pool & hot tub. Great breakfast every morning. Minutes from the convention center and downtown.

My wife and I stayed at the BW in order to be very close to the airport for an early morning departure. The front desk staff was super friendly, our room was quiet and the hotel is very convenient to the airport. I would recommend if you need to be near the airport.

We arrivede around 7 pm. Friendly reception staff, and we got our room. Clean and neat. We had spend the day in the car, and chose just to eat at the grill on the hotel. And that was a disaster. We felt like the staff just wanted to close down before closing time, and the bill came before we asked for it. I got a steak, and it was killed a second time doing preperation. One of my kids godt som mexican food, that tasted of nothing and the bread was crips at the edges and soft in the center. I guess. A microwave. We left the table half finished.

I have stayed here 4 times in the last few years and I have been very satisfied each time. We go to the fair each year and it's very convenient. Quick service, very nice people, very clean rooms. I will be back.

The staff at this facility were very nice. The place was going through some major refurbishing work while I was there, but, the changes that I could see were awesome. The room was very large, and clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices, and was very good.

The guest rooms, free breakfast, pool area, and location of accommodations were excellent for the price! The facility includes conference spaces so it's large, but the service is not lost due to the size.

We stayed here whilst travelling along Route 66 so it was only somewhere for us to sleep but we decided to have a few drinks in the bar before bed and the barmaid on duty (Blonde hair) was so lovely and helpful. Our room was around the back, it was very clean and comfortable and we would stay here again if we're ever in Oklahoma City again. Breakfast was also included in our room rate and given the price of our room, there was plenty to choose from here to. Overall we've had a great stay, thank you.

I exterior of the hotel was simply amazing, the breakfast was bland and my card wouldn't work the entire time. Overall it was a great stay, close to the event I needed to attend. when I arrived, the gentleman made me feel very welcomed.

They have cleanest rooms, their breakfast cant be beat and their staff is wonderful. Easy to find and easy on and off the interstate. I cant say enough about the Saddle back Inn Holiday in Oklahoma City.

Stayed here on a 16 day road trip and it was one of the best we stayed in! Bed was very comfortable, room was super clean, and breakfast was VERY good for a hotel! My only complaint was that our room was right across from a room with ice and snacks. The bright light from it shined in thru the window all night and people going in and out was a bit noisy....but after we finally fell asleep it didn't bother us anymore. One other thing that was totally our fault, but disappointed us in Best Western a bit, was my husband went in to check us in and forgot to give them our BW Reward number. When I realized it wasn't in our account, I called BW Customer Support and the very nice rep called the hotel and tried to get it applied to our account...but because the room was in my husband's name and not mine (BW reward under my name) ... we couldn't get credit for it. BUT would still highly recommend this hotel as it was a very nice place to stay.

Stayed for 4 nights, must say I was quite impressed. Don't let the negative reviews fool you! Buffet breakfast is good, as is the Arizona Grill located in the facility. The grounds are immaculately kept, the staff (from front desk to maintenance,) we're all super friendly. Pool is clean, and kids can play with floats & pool toys in the pool. Nice size as well, with multiple patio areas for relaxing, eating or enjoying a cocktail. You can find the manager Don on premises ALL the time, he doesn't hide in the office. He even helps out with the breakfast service if needed!

I've stayed at this location 6 nights in the last 4 months. I love how clean the rooms are and they are large. The room is quiet and the air conditioner runs all night and you don't wake up hot in the middle of the night like many hotels do now. I've had the breakfast most of these visits and have been pleased with the variety of food available. The pool looks beautiful but I've not used it. We will definitely be back.

This was a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms were nice and very clean. It has a very nice pool that we enjoyed using morning and night. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of things to choose from.

Urine in the toilet, greasy handprints on the headboard, cricket in the AC unit upon check in. I was not allowed to bring complimentary breakfast back to the room, when we asked for fresh bedding they just brought it and didnt offer to change the bed When we finally got a new room the neighbors were so loud and there were more cleanliness issues like a dead roach on the take out menu.

My husband and I have stayed here on a few occasions. Anytime we are going to be in the Oklahoma City area, we hope / try to stay at this location. Unfortunately, we don't always get too. They have the best breakfast in town! Most hotels give you mediocre food, but not Best Western Saddleback Inn! The property is a little confusing to get too, but it is worth the effort. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. The hot tub is soothing. They have a steam room, although I have never used it. It's still a nice amenity to have available. The swimming pool is a good size with wide open space and chairs around it. There was plenty of parking near my room. The water pressure, in the shower, was good. I can't wait to visit there again!

Great bargain for a nice hotel. Didn't use all of the amenities but good to have them if I had time. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Hotel food was not great but breakfast was very good with lots of options.

We stayed one night in OKC at Best Western. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well decorated. The bed was a little more firm than I like but other than that it was great. The hot breakfast was the best part!

It is a good value compared to others in the area. We always travel with our dog and the pet rooms are both reasonably priced and clean. The breakfast is good. One time I wrote on a customer satisfaction survey the breakfast bar didn't have enough fresh fruit. The next time we were there it was fully stocked with a good selection of fresh fruit. They listened and that is rare in this day and age. I formerly stayed in El Reno for our stop overs. They increased their prices significantly over the years and the quality of the breakfast declined. We made a suggestion and were basically told, sorry, it is what it is. We then switched to Saddleback. I recently stayed at another Best Western in OKC to just try out a seemingly less expensive option. The higher pet fees actually made it more expensive than Saddleback and they were truly revealed until check in. I also see the same employees at Saddleback year after year. That tells me they pay them decent and treat them well. That matters to me. This is one of the best value oriented hotels we have stayed in.

My room was not clean. Dried urine on the toilet seat when I arrived. Door frame and light switch were dirty. Some type of crusty thing on my top sheet and dried bug or leaf looking things under my sheets. So disappointing!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here . We are Diamond Elite members with BW Rewards. The first time we came was in July for 4 nights for a truck show. We got there at almost 5:30 and they didn't have a room ready even tho I had called the week before and day before to let them know we would arrive approx 5 , we had business dinner reservations at 6 at Toby Keith's and needed to clean up from sitting up at Truck Show all day! And I also told them since we were Diamond Elite members would like to be upgraded to a king Suite. The lady was rude and told me that they didn't automatically upgrade even for Diamond Elite members. That there weren't any king Suites avail. I got on BW's website and showed her where I could book one right then . They called several housekeeping ppl on the radios , NOne of the rooms were ready, finally a man got involved I believe his name was James or Jason. He immediately found us a Kind Suite and we finally got in our room & has to rush to reservation. ~ Tuesday Aug 6, I had called to let them know we would be checking in about 2 (which is their check in time) we arrived about 2:30 they said they didn't have a clean room , it would be an hour to hour and a half!! I was furious! Then I asked about the upgrade to the King Suite and again the girl refused said they were booked! Again I pulled it up on my phone where right then I could have rented one and she literally ignored me. We signed the piece of paper , went and pulled in the lot next to them ( because we had a flatbed trailer we were making deliveries on) to wait the hr or whatever. I called best western customer service and told them the situation. They apologized an opened a case file. They said they didn't know why they wouldn't upgrade us and why a room wasn't ready ! There are other BW”s in OKC I called the newest nicest one and they had no problem getting us in and honoring out Diamond Elite membership and upgrading us. An hr and 10 minutes later I went back into hotel , lady acted like she had never seen me before, asked if I was there to check in.. I told her I had been there an hour and a half ago and they had no clean rooms. I asked her then to just refund our cc and we would change hotels . She said she couldn't. I found out that was a lie, she just wouldn't.. she again started calling housekeeping and asking if rooms are clean. They kept telling her no. That it would be another hour or so. Then she finally asked about another room and they said it was clean. She looked straight at me and said this room is near the pool and it should cost more but… And I stopped her right there and said ma'am we are diamond elite numbers we should've been upgraded to a king suite anyway if you charge me anymore I will dispute the charge. She be grudgingly handed me two keys and said this is your room. And then made a comment about my fingernails which by the way are very pretty and told me that they look like ugly Easter eggs. This was just about the final straw. So I went up to the truck told my husband where the room was and what it happened and he said I should've just got my money back and that we would never stay there again. We got to our room and the air conditioning was set very high. It would not get below 70° in that room. We didn't know it at the time because we hadn't slept on the bed yet but the next morning the both of us had sore spots on us where the springs and the mattress felt like they were coming through the bed. I will give this hotel credit the room seem to stay clean. Other than the fact I only had one big bath towel in my room and had to go down to the front desk. Later that night to ask for another towel . When I went down to the front desk there was Jason or James I'm sorry I don't remember which his name is but he's a super sweet guy. He came in about the time I was leaving earlier in the evening and told me that he saw that I was frustrated and ask what was going on and I told him. He told me that there was absolutely no reason they should not of upgraded us to a king suite and that he would give me a call in a few minutes to my room to let me know what room we could move to. By this time my husband had already taken a shower and we were only staying this one night, it was 8 o'clock we had to get up early the next morning and I told him to just forget it that there was nothing that was going to make any of this better at this point did all the frustration in the afternoon and the time that we could've spent relaxing instead of fighting with the people at the front desk. Then I asked him if we still needed tickets for breakfast the next morning because on this property they have a restaurant and if you don't have tickets you have to pay 999 to eat a hotel breakfast. But if you stay here they give you these blue or green tickets to hand the waitress so that your breakfast is free. It's still just a normal hotel breakfast it's some type of a scrambled egg maybe sausage or bacon some pastries three different kinds of cereal yogurt fruit and then there was some kind of a hash brown thing.So he gave me the tickets. And apologize for everything that had happened. This hotel has extremely poor management. They're cleaning staff stands around and smokes more than they're cleaning the rooms. The kicker of the whole thing is they told us they were fully booked because of the horse show well it's Oklahoma City there's always a horse show going on. But when I went outside both at 8 o'clock and around 11 the parking lot was about a quarter full! This place has a restaurant that is on the property is an OK restaurant. It's convenient. However as far as the people that are concerned that run it they truly need some lesson in customer service. We left Wyndham rewards due to this issue of every time we went into a hotel with our status of our membership it wa this is the only Best Western that has had trouble with our diamond elite membership and the upgrades. But if this keeps going on there are other options out there! We stay numerous nights a year in a hotel traveling for business & personal . Just in the next till the end of the year they'll be about 17 to 18 more nights....They truly need to get it together here. They do have a nice pool when it's open.

Very nice and professional staff. Yhe breakfast buffet was great with several options. The rooms were very clean. Price was reasonable! AC worked good. We didn't have any complaints. Didn't get a chance to try the grill but everything else was as expected

Stayed for 1 night on our road trip down 66. Easy check in , park outside your room , great bar and bar staff, she was great even though it was a Sunday evening and she was on her own . Great pool, great breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us .

Up to OKC for the day to visit family. Usually we stay in the Nichols Hills area but couldn't find a room that met our requirements. Liked the reviews here so gave it a shot. The room was fine, old timey motor inn from the fifties with fairly recent updating. It was clean and fine. The linen was a bit threadbare but clean and okay. A major complaint I have of many hotel/motels is the height of the toilets. I'm old, and fat and it's a struggle for me to mount and dismount these toilets that are so close to the floor. If I could have a wish come true it would be that all hotels have to meet some code to have near to ADA compliant commodes. Free breakfast was included and it was excellent. There was a bikers conference there on Saturday and there were tons of Harley and other bikes. No problems there except that the parking was a bit of a challenge but not a big deal. We would probably stay there again, though the “neighborhood” on the south side of I-40 is a bit newer, though I'm sure the prices are reflected. All in all, I would give them at least 4 stars for value and 5 stars for the customer service skills of the front desk staff. Jason checked us in and he was super!

My family felt that this facility and its staff were one of the best stops we have ever stayed at. The room was clean, the decor was great, the were comfortable, the pool was fun, and the entire staff was a pleasure to behold.

Nicely located close to airport. Restraunt nearby called Trappers is really good! Ellipticals and treadmills are old and need repairs or updated. Decent room, decor is a little out dated. Will stay again.

Fell entering the hotel and landed hard on my knees and left side. The 2 girls behind the desk that saw this did not come out to see if I was ok. Experience knee pain and left sided pain when I take a breath

Great property to enjoy a vacation in OKC. Great value for the price, including an outdoor pool, hot, dry sauna and workout room. Property was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. While I don't typically like rooms that open to the outside, I felt perfectly safe and comfortable at this property. The grounds were well manicured with beautiful landscaping. Although the online photo makes it appear to be in a more remote location, it is located amidst other businesses but absent of any street or freeway noise. Loved it and will make it my choice for future OKC visits.

I wasn't impressed with the room at all. It was cleaned just enough to say it had been cleaned and the pillows were terrible. The pool area was nice and clean. The pool area had both sunny and shady spots and plenty of seating. The best thing about this hotel was the free breakfast! It was more than just cereal with enough options to please anyone, it was all delicious, & the kitchen staff was great.

Best Western Plus Saddleback (OKC) a wonderful getaway. Poolside scenery was beautiful. Food, exceptional. You will want to stay here just for the breakfast alone. Friendly staff and very clean. Check in and out was fast.

We chose this property while nearby on a lengthy trip. Trusted reviews and were happily surprised. Ignore some of the places nearby, they were a non-issue, This property is well kept and much bigger than it looks. The employees were quite kind. The room was much bigger than expected and a very reasonably price. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is quite large and conveniently located. Large parking area. Rooms were quiet and and of a nice size. Had a fridge and mic. They have a small restaurant and bar in the lobby area. Very nice breakfast area. I found the food to be quite good. Staff in the breakfast area were very nice and attentive. The bar was kind of dark and on this night had what appeared to be a small local crowd. The best part was the sliders we ordered. Best I have ever had. Grilled cheeseburgers with fried onions. They were really a meal in themselves. Makes me think the on-site restaurant may be worth a try.

Traveling I looked for a Best Western at this day's end. I was directed to it by my phone GPS since it is not visible from the highway, but easy to get to. This location was larger than most and has a conference center. Check in was a breeze, with very hospitable staff welcoming us. This location has a restaurant and a bar, which is unusual. Our room was exactly as expected, with all the appointments and amenities we have come to expect from Best Western. We ate in the restaurant and even though it was a little slow service, I am not complaining. The food was tasty and hot. The following morning the breakfast was a cut above. Scrambled eggs, sausage AND bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, toasts, juice variety and coffee. I may have missed something. Check out was a breeze, even with a new person learning the front desk. If you are looking for a moderately price in Oklahoma City, consider this location. You get more for your bucks.

The hotel was very convenient to the Bennett Event Center and the room was comfortable and quiet. I was attending a dog show at the Bennett Event Center and there were quite a few people and dogs staying there. Overall the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I did eat at the restaurant at the hotel and I thought the food and service was good. Overall it was a good value for the money and I found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially on the front desk. I would stay there again.

The Saddleback Inn is one of the best Best Western we have stayed at during our trips. We always enjoy the kindness of the staff and the great buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay her again. Oklahoma City is a great travel stop for us when we showed horses and now that we are just sightseeing the United States.

We booked 5 rooms for 4 nights. They offered us a group rate that was much better than any of the hotels around that area. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The service was great. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The FREE breakfast buffet was fantastic (especially to feed hungry teens). Everyone in our group agreed it was a great hotel experience.

I love this hotel. Every time I come to Oklahoma City I stay here. The rooms are clean and quite The internet is very fast and the Breakfast is the Best I have ever had at any hotel. The breakfast starts at 600:am and that is perfect for a Business traveler. They have a small bar for anyone that likes to have a cocktail or beer and the restaurant has very good food.

I stayed here 5 nights! The room was very clean and even smelled fresh! The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot with a nice selection. The grounds were pretty and well kept! I will definitely stay again! I felt like it was a great value!

We rented a suite, which was very nice, had two beds plus a pull-out sofa and two televisions. Unfortunately, there was an intermittent, high-pitched whine that we eventually traced to the the fitness center, which was next door to our room. Rather than investigate and correct the cause of the sound, the staff offered to move us. We chose not to move because we had been traveling all day, we were tired and did not want to move. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all very nice. Considering the amenities, the overall value for the price was very good. The staff was not exactly rude, but they certainly not friendly. Unlike most other Best Westerns, their attitude seemed to be that they didn't care whether we were staying there and that they were just putting in their time.

In spite of five confirmation emails from Best Western Reservations Center and one for the Saddleback Inn (all providing the same information references costs/dates/etc..) when I arrived at the Inn and presented the hard copy of the Inn's reservations confirmation email the clerk announced my reservations had been cancelled. Being very hearing impaired I could hear only parts of what she was saying. A manager appeared behind her, smiled at me, and I understood him to say there was no problem and they would just have to assign me to another room (I had my wife call the Inn to confirm they had the correct Visa card number and to please try to assign me to a room as close to my granddaughters' room as possible on the ground floor due to my disabilities. Instead I ended up on the third floor half way across the entire complex.). Due to a situation at home I had to leave the hotel over 12 hours (2320 hrs on 6/2/2019) before the scheduled checkout time and when checking out I understood the clerk to say he could not give me a final bill until the night audit was completed after 2400 hrs. He stated he would have one emailed to me ASAP thereafter. When I checked my emails on the afternoon of 6/3/2019 the clerk had in fact send the final bill, but the numbers did not match up with those quoted on any of the confirmation emails. When I got around to checking my VISA card I found one posted transaction for the deposit (that number did match the Inn's confirmation email) and two sets of identical pending charges indicating that the hotel had not only charged me far more than quoted on any of the confirmation emails, but they did not deduct the deposit nor match the final costs quoted in all emails. I sent the Inn an email stating my position and giving them a suspense date before I dispute all three entries on my VISA card and the final bill they emailed me. Crooks or incompetent?

Stayed three nights to attend the College World Series. This is a nice hotel and price is reasonable. It is obvious the staff values being courteous and accommodating, each of the employees would greet you and make you feel valued. While the hotel is older, it is well maintained and everything clean. The included buffet breakfast was a full meal, and quite good when comparing with other hotels, which only offer a continental breakfast. Although the hotel was full, and many kids/youngsters, it was very quiet in the room and the bed was awesome. Kudos to the staff for an excellent experience, well worth the money.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others staying in Oklahoma City and will stay there again. Our rooms were clean, breakfast was great the only problem was the shuttle times. They do not have a shuttle going to airport before 7:00 am and they could not take us to the NCAA World Series softball games because they were to far away but we would have been more than willing to pay!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient parking and the room was CLEAN. We did the frontier city for my daughters 14th birthday and had a great! It's a little drive from the park, but totally worth it!

We very much enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and my kitties also enjoyed it. Kitties like to hide and the room was such that they couldn't get under anything to hide from us. Our stay here was for one night. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Traveling through the area brought us back to this hotel. This visit was a bit better than the first time, location is on the edge of town and seems to be growing a bit. . Clean rooms and nice staff. There is a small up charge for pets but still better price than the surrounding hotels in the area. Some newer hotels have been built just down the road that the chain used to be known for free pet stays but now charges so I refuse to visit that location. Breakfast is good. It's an older location but still kept up decently, worth the stop and consideration.

This motel was amazing. Although it was going through some major remodeling, that didn't cut down on the quality of the stay. The front desk and restaurant employees were great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were maintained beautifully. We ate dinner at the Arizona grill the evening we arrived. The chicken fried steak was pretty generic, but my husband said his chopped sirloin was delicious. Fresh salad bar and wonderful potato soup. The breakfast buffet was very good, hot and lots of choices. We would definitely recommend this Best Western to friends and will definitely return. Keep up the good work guys!

Husband is working in OKC for 1 month and his awesome but very “frugal” company placed him here for the time. This is a motel not a hotel. I had to understand that first, in order to fairly rate this place. Staff is very friendly, bed comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast is... a free breakfast at a “motel.” No complaints about free. Hotel feels old but that may be due to the western theme and not the hotel itself. My only complaint was the restaurant. It was raining very hard and water was pouring into the ceiling and windows of the restaurant. There were large puddles under the tables in one corner of the restaurant. Area looks a little seedy and run down but never felt unsafe. Otherwise, the hotel is great. I prob would not stay again but thats only because Im not a fan of motels. If I were, I'd choose this place every time.

There is really nothing negative about this property. I appreciated a full breakfast being included. Restaurants in hotels are becoming rare so I enjoyed that. Loved the covered breezeway type sidewalks. We had a 3 year old with it and it allowed a safe place to ride his tricycle even when it was raining.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a busy area with plenty to do. The pool area looked inviting however, it was a cold day so we couldn't enjoy it. For the price and friendly customer service...I reccomend.

This hotel has a great swimming pool and spa! The restaurant is definitely a plus because after a long day, I don't want to drive in okc traffic for food! The rooms are great and I never had a problem with them!

The place was amazing, decor was amazing and the room looked fantastic! Very clean and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly as well. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and i enjoyed my stay very much, would totally recommend.

Not crazy about the pillow size on the king bed and they seemed to be to soft. The bed was a little to hard forour liking. It was quiet, no funny smells and large enough to walk aroung without tripping over things in the night.

Easy to get to. Breakfast buffet is really good. The hotel is a little older but the rooms are nice and clean. I have stayed here several times and it has always been a good place to stay. There is a lot of shopping with in a mile or two of the hotel and very easy to get to.

Was very convenient , clean friendly atmosphere, was able to have my miniature schnauzer with me. Staff was so accommodating. Recommend highly and the price was so reasonable. Complimentary breakfast the next morning offered a great selection of food items and was delicious!!

this was great room. very clean, warm, spacious, comfortable. the bed was firm, the SOFT sheets fit the king beds ... COMPETITION PLEASE NOTE SHEETS ACTUALLY DO MATTER!!, breakfast was great, everything was hot, and plenty of elbow room. .... we could actually rest here.

I'd go 3.5 stars if I could, it's better than 3 stars, but not quite 4 in my opinion. It was an ok place to stay for 1 night, but I wouldn't have been happy if I needed a place for several nights. The obvious issue that others mentioned is that they are advertising as a hotel, but it's really a motel as far as I could tell, our room was accessed from the parking lot like a motel, instead of an interior corridor, like an actual hotel. The good thing about having a first-floor room in a motel is how easy it is to load and unload your car. Maybe they have a hotel section that I didn't see, but it seemed like it was all motel from what I could tell. The location of the motel is in a somewhat light industrial area, kind of down a back road that was somewhat abandoned except for a few other shabby looking businesses. There are a couple of gas stations and food options nearby, but the area of town seemed to bring out the types of folks that beg for money while you pump your gas. Located right by the interstate, so it's convenient to get to other areas of town. Check in was ok. I had some gift cards. The girl (seemed new) seemed struggle with them, so check in probably took 2-3 times as long until everything could get sorted out with the gift cards. Hint to Best Western, let people put in the cards when they book online, problem solved. I was given 2 room cards and 2 tickets to their breakfast buffet and offered express check out, also given a map with directions on how to get to the room. The décor of the place was western themed, which makes it feel a little dated, but the vibe of the place kind of feels dated anyways, so it kind of works, I suppose. You can tell they've attempted to refresh the style in the rooms with newer TVs, paintings and bedding colors, but it was nothing more than a style update as fixtures, doors, and counter tops all still seem dated. The room smell was that of past heavy smoking. Perhaps it's something the staff can't smell anymore? Our room faced east and was close to the motel lobby, so we didn't get much traffic noise in our room. The bed was sufficiently comfortable, and the remote was in a “fresh remote” bag, but I'm not sure how to tell if it was actually fresh. It looked somewhat clean, but I wiped it off anyways. I slept fine despite the noisy guests with their Harleys and a crying child. Curtains didn't do a great job of blacking out the light. Bathroom has a Low ceiling, cramped, dark (1 light burned out), and dank. The toilet would occasionally run, and the tub faucet dripped. The sink is in the main area of the room as with other MOTELS. The room seemed otherwise clean, I check the bedding carefully before I sleep and didn't see any evidence of critters. Breakfast was ok, the food could have been hotter. Biscuits and gravy were available, but the 2 pans of gravy looked different, without any indication as to why. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns were also an option. All the food was fine, and we ate our fill. Coffee was available and tasted ok, although I never like places that store coffee mugs upside down, that's where my lips go, and I have no idea when the last time the thing they are sitting on was cleaned. In summary it was a fine place to stay for a night. I had gift cards, so the price was right for me. However, if I had to pay the full price, I would consider paying slightly more for other options. I prefer more of a hotel than a motel, so my expectations were a bit off from what I received. If you are passing through for the night and don't mind a dated motel setting, this place will suit you nicely, if you can stay for a good price.

This hotel is always clean and updated. The beds are comfortable and sheets clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and comes with your room. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Also free shuttle.

This property was a little disappointing, the room was clean but the television remote didn't work very well, the bed was not comfortable but overall the room was okay. The breakfast was okay, like one of the other reviews, the eggs were not hot, barely warm. The breakfast attendant was very nice and kept the eating area was very clean. The front desk staff were very nice especially Crystal who was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. Overall, this property is okay but probably won't stay here again but the staff would be the only reason.

Breakfast was very convenient and a great variety every day, The only negative to the trip was parking, most people staying had big trucks and did not park straight. Had to walk around the building to get to vehicle. Other than that a pleasant experience. Clean & friendly.

This hotel was great i loved that they had an amazing breakfast in the morning and also the bar and bartender were great love that they had a pool table ! Rooms were nice and clean also the room also has a safe to keep your valuables in !

we took a family trip to Oklahoma and stayed here and the customer service we received was outstanding! The front desk rep Michelle was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We choose this place because of the hot breakfast and it was very good buffet style. The rooms were very nice and clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was great except for the barely warm eggs and gravy at breakfast the next morning. Rooms are nice and clean and no offensive odors. Parking can be a bit tight in certain areas. Another good thing was no noise from the I-40 freeway.

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. The rooms at outdoors, no interior corridor. Our room had fresh paint, yet it had a very strong smoke odor, as if someone had lived in the room and chain smoked with no ventilation. The room was very cold and the heat would only kick on when you got up in the middle of the night and adjusted the thermostat. The furniture is very cheap made, not the quality you would expect in a Best Western.

We were very impressed with this hotel and restaurant. We were traveling with elderly parents and the staff was great in accommodating them with a ground level room. The rooms were very clean and the free buffet breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice clean motel easy to find off of I40. The rooms are quiet and the dinning room wait staff is very friendly, dinner was good also. Breakfast buffet is free with popular selections of bacon, eggs, fruit, juices, etc..

Our trip was amazing, from the time we checked in which was three hours early the staff was able to accommodate us and even upgraded us to a better room so that we could nap before meeting friends out for the night. The breakfast was amazing the next day I felt like a king with all the choices that we had. Thanks to the whole staff for making this a trip we will never forget!!

Rough night of sleep, locked out of my safe & money, had to get towels at front desk in 50mph winds & 20degrees, loud people and surroundings, bad breakfast and they served it to Army recruits! SHAME!

The room door had to be pulled hard to close and was noisy. There was a chipped tile in the bathroom. Otherwise, all was good with the room. The bar and grill had happy hour specials and the bartender arranged for and served our food. The bar and grill food and the breakfast buffet were both very tasty and the breakfast staff served well.

The check in was friendly and efficient. We were upgraded to a larger room that was a divided suite. This is an older hotel with rooms that open to the outside with a covered corridor. There is an elevator so stairs aren't a problem. There is also an on site restaurant. Breakfast was served as a buffet in the restaurant. We had an excellent dinner there the night before but the breakfast was cold and bland.

rooms are very clean the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, ate at the restaurant it was great(compliments to the new chef (directer over food) would recommend best Western saddleback Inn to anyone that wants a very good place to stay.

The room was clean, the staff polite. I was a little surprised that the cost was over $100/night for a no-frills room - I felt like it was worth more in the $60-$70 range. It's ok if you just need a place to sleep.

Great location for a relaxing weekend taking in the local wineries. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were nice. The facility was full due to local events, but everything was handled well by staff. The room was relatively quiet, even with close to parking entry.

I guess for the price the rooms were OK, but I will not stay here again. The rooms were clean, but need to be updated. I used the exercise room and the equipment worked, but not smoothly. It needs to be serviced. After working out I went back to my room to find out that there was no hot water. Called the front desk and after about 1/2 hour it was solved. Apparently they had some work done on the hot water heater but they forgot to turn on the hot water recirculator (? not sure if this is the correct word). It is the device to circulate the hot water. The food at the restaurant was OK. I was tired and did not want to go out. The room was cheap and OK, but I would not stay here again.

Been staying here off and on for the last few years. Love the location. Easy off and on to I-40Breakfast Buffet is amazing along with the Arizona Grill. The Chicken fajitas were to die for and hubby really enjoyed the burger

This is a very nice Hotel. The rooms are clean and quite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is the best I have had at any hotel I have stayed at. There is a very large selection and it is out of this world better than restaurants Everytime I come to Oklahoma City area I stay at this hotel.

One of the nicest and friendliest places to stay. Restaurant is excellent with a great menu to choose from. Staff is friendly and courteous. The shuttle service makes it easy to get around and runs from early morning to late evening. Rooms are clean and overall appearance is very nice.

I called the week before to make a reservation for 2.seniors. It took me about 4 calls before I finally reached a person but then made the reservation. We arrived at noon and it was not overly busy or crowded. The staff was prompt in seating us and bringing our drinks. The buffet was very good. Fried chicken, sliced turkey, ham, roast beef, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, glazed carrots, dressing, salads, jellos, desserts. Very good and glad we did not have to cook it or clean up. Don't know about the rooms but reviews are good. We live local.

The Good Points: Beds are very comfy. Free parking. The restaurant (Trappers) is a walk away and is lovely. Close to a load of other restaurants. Quiet. Reception staff are brilliant. The negatives: It might be me, but when someone advertises an 'all included buffet' you don't expect to be told what you can and can't have? Signs up as you enter (which I missed the first time) and then there was a man stood in the corner just watching us - to state that you can have 'sausage OR bacon', 'hash browns OR potatoes'. - it's very strange. Plus, the sausages were in the same tray as the bacon, so you had to be precise with picking things up! I find that completely bonkers - but there you go. Personally I think that's a massive waste of food, we travelled in October and the hotel was hardly full - so there would have been a lot of food not eaten. What a waste, and a weird rule! A thing to note is the hotel is pretty much closed on Sundays. We booked through a 3rd party so weren't aware - but the restaurant is closed Sunday evening, and so is the bar. So when we came back to the hotel hoping to have a night cap (we'd just travelled from St. Louis and then were off to Amarillo next day) it was like a ghost town! Just want to also say thank you - they had charged us when we left even though we pre-paid and it did take us some time, but eventually got our refund. More frustration but glad it's finally resolved.

After reading multiple reviews for this property, I had very high expectations for my stay. I was pleased when I checked in. I was pleased with the bar and dinner. Could not have been happier with my choice of place to stay. And then......morning came. The light fixture over them vanity mirror was inoperable. All of the outlets in the vanity area were inoperable. To say that I was annoyed is an understatement. Not much starts your day better than trying to dry your hair and put on makeup in the dark. Then I went to breakfast....ALL of the staff looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else doing anything else. Disappointment. I went back to my room to work before going to the office. I was unable to log onto the wifi. It took more than 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. Disappointed and further annoyed! Then the instructions given to me by the snippy front desk clerk completely contradicted the wifi connection instructions prominently displayed in the room. Upon much reflection, I conclude that I would likely NOT stay here again as there are too many other options in the area. This makes me sad.

First of all, they have a shuttle that runs to the airport, which was a real plus. The check-in service went well, and the room was spacious and comfy. I was able to get a great night of sleep. The breakfast at their restaurant they give you as part of your stay was much more than a continental breakfast. It was a buffet.

Spent a couple of weekends at the Saddleback recently and as usual I enjoyed my stay. Both weekends spent the night in one of their two queen bed suites. The room and furnishing are nice. Great breakfast with several selections. But the beds are not the softest in the world. And the TV remotes are designed by somebody who doesn't want you to change channels.

Pretty good place except for the front desk. If you have any dealings with them, make a note of the day, time, name of the clerk, and what was said. If you have a problem they will ask you for this information and if you don't have it then they will dismiss your problem as if you were not telling the truth or did not know what you are talking about.

Okay, first things first - it's a motel. So you have your own entrance, you can hear people hoot their car horns, and you can probably hear the dude next door blow his nose at 630am in the toilet. That said, this is a great property, amazing value and one of the best motels I've stayed in. Staff are amazing - especially at breakfast - the pool, hot tub and sauna are great, the rooms were clean, cosy and well-kept and there's ample room for four-legged pals, including a couple of green areas, fake hydrants, doggie bag dispensers and plenty of trees for Fido to splash all over. We were visiting OKC for 3 days and this was a perfect location to get all the sights and sounds of the city from a peaceful distance. Can't recommend enough!

In this rush, rush time we live in it was an absolute pleasure to stay in this particular Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center. The rooms are clean, even the remote control has it's own bag for sanitation purposes! The landscape is beautiful, the swimming pool inviting and the elevators quite accommodating! The room was comfortable and clean too. The price is the best I have ever seen for the quality. Beats any other!!This SW style setting is classy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the beautiful eating area is quiet and has ambiance even at breakfast - the dinner menu was great with a perfect cooked steak too!The shuttle was convenient for my sister - it travels a radius of 8 miles which includes Brick Town as well as transportation from the airport. Stress free shopping and transportation!!Following your stay you will not want to leave. I left ready for the crazy world again...

We had a great experience from check in to check out. Their free breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all the amenities you could want.We would definitely stay there again.

Small room for what we paid $210. With tax. Thin walls, heard people that were talking loudly. Nice lobby and a great breakfast. All personnel very friendly. Rooms need updating to qualify to be a Best Western Plus. Ceilings in bathroom was patched but then not painted. Pool area looked very nice.

average BW hotel. Does have a restaurant in an area with few alternatives. Internet service less than 50% of the time, especially in the evening. If keeping in touch is important stay in another location

The receptionist on arrival (4th Sept 2018) was helpful, cheerful and polite. The room was everything you need, clean, well maintained, quiet and well equipped. Drinks in the bar - there was some interesting seating at the bar - saddles! good fun but don't fall off after too many drinks. We had a meal in the restaurant it was not the best, I would recommend that you go out for food at dinner. A good nights sleep. Complimentary breakfast was fine and check out was easy.

Nicely refurbished property near airport. Front desk supervisor was very helpful to get a room we could park truck and trailer in front. Room was spacious and everything anyone can ask for. Breakfast buffet had many options and everyone was very friendly. Would stay here again!

We attend the State Fair of Oklahoma annually. This is our go to hotel for our trip. The hotel is close to the State Fair ground and restaurants. The rooms are reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet has many choices and food is very good. Our family favorite is the bacon.

Nice hotel and way more reasonable rates than others. Only bad thing we saw was the breakfast area was always packed and kinda hard to get around. Location was great for what we had planned. Super nice staff!

A good standard motel with pool , Buffett or order restaurant and bar area. The staff very nice indeed and parking ample. The photos on the site do not let you know that it is on a large business estate right by the highway but nonetheless a good overnight stay inn.

Very clean facility, Very nice and friendly associates at the hotel. The restaurant service was awful. Server rolled eyes and looked for excuses to not sit us. it was 20 minutes before the restaurant closed. There were also 3 more people that came in behind us. Thats a total of 5 people that would have purchased food and tipped if it were possible. We left because of the attitude and so did the three people behind us. Great hotel, not a good restaurant.

It a pretty good place to stay a few minutes from bricktown and ok state fair. I like the check out time 12 o'clock no rush to leave the room. It's also a few miles from outlet mall of okc. Breakfast is full hot meal all you can eat buffet. I all ways stay here when I go to okc

Very run down. You will not be happy. This property is old and run down. The beds are uncomfortable due to the Aden of the mattress. Will definitely not return to this location. First bad experience with BW +.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is convenient for travelers heading west. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choices. This seems to be an older hotel that could use some updating.

This is a great hotel with an on site restaurant and Bar. the food from the restaurant is excellent with a large selection. The free Breakfast is out of this world with real scrambled eggs, real fried eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, all kinds of juices, fresh milk pancakes, coffee, all kind of cereal. Everytime I come to Oklahoma I will stay at this hotel. It is clean and very Comfortable and the Staff is very Friendly

I stay almost exclusively at Best Westerns, and I have to say that this might be one of the nicest BW hotels that I've stayed at, and it definitely had the best breakfast layout. Comfortable rooms, quiet location (but located off the freeway and walking distance to several restaurants), and friendly staff. The breakfast was great - a full layout of actual scrambled eggs (not powdered), sausage, french toast, home fries, waffles, fresh fruit and more. They have actual table service and a very large breakfast area to accommodate the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a same day single king room via Priceline and it was $50 off! The room, breakfast, and staff were exceptional. My only issue was the WiFi signal was too weak to connect in my room, but I was too tired to care. The shower head was so great that we wanted to take it with us!!

This property was pretty great! It has a hot tub and a pool with great hours. All staff was nice and pleasant to talk to. Only downfall was the breakfast since the food was mediocre. It was buffet style and we had to wait a lot for food to be replenished. Hash browns seemed undercooked and eggs had onions and bell peppers in it. Overall though, the stay was great!

Very nice staff from check in to check out! Made me feel very welcome! Had a minor issue with the A/C thermostat but it was rectified quickly. Offered me sincere apology for the issue. The breakfast was outstanding!

We took our three granddaughters on a week long trip. The night we stayed at this hotel was our last night of the trip. The room was spacious, and very clean. I am pretty particular about my bed and pillow, they were both very comfortable. We had a very restful, much need sleep.

This place was perfect for our OKC weekend getaway with our kids. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and room stayed quiet and dark for a nice morning sleep in. Kids had fun in the pool and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff work so hard to keep things stocked and warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we visit OKC in the future. Close drive to everything we wanted to do.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the A.C. And they were there fixing and fixed it with in 5 minutes. Our only issue was the loud children but that's to be expected because of the pool.Staff and hotel were great!

This was the fourth best western stop for my fiancé his two cats and myself from CA to DC. When we arrived it was not noted that we had cats even though we had called. Thankfully they were still able to give us a first floor pet room. The room was a decent size, AC worked well, decent bath products, a microwave and fridge. We were able to park the moving van right outside the room which was nice. The room did have a large number of insects though. We killed a few mosquitoes and I left a cup with lemonade out at night and awoke to it covered in gnats. The breakfast was good and the lady working there incredibly kind and accommodating. She came and offered coffee and made to order eggs which was not the case with the other best westerns . The area is a bit sketchy with a strip club in the corner and we saw quite a few homeless people hanging around. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but the path to them is not pedestrian friendly, no cross walks or sidewalks. Overall we'd stay again though.

Family trip, we rode hotel shuttle to water park. Everything kept up with, very clean and comfortable. All the employees were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The WiFi sucks but they tried so hard to make it work for us that I could hardly dock them a star for that. They went out of their way to take care of us.

Motel not a Hotel. Hotel rooms are on inside not outside in the back of building. Frist and second and third day toliet kept stopping up. Liked the room not the open vanity. Same breakfast everyday for 5 days. Sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Last night of stay was Sunday and all they served was breakfast closed rest of day. Not everyone wants to get in the car or van and go to eat out all the time at least have some options. They even cut off room service at 9 pm we got in at 11 pm. Have traveled a lot but this was second to the worst.

Picked this hotel on a whim and I have to say it was excellent!! The check in staff was fabulous. Nice sized room so you don't knock into each other. Super clean room and property. Close to I-40 and fueling stations. I didn't use the pool but the pool area looked clean and welcoming. Laundry self service was a godsend for this weary traveler who didn't pack enough and had to wash a little lol. The morning staff for check out and the breakfast area--shout out to Monica-- was excellent. Very welcoming and overall great experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. The service was friendly. The TV was a good size. The layout for the bathroom area was good with it's seperate vanity area. There was the horrible plastic shower curtain, with coffee supplied although with the powdered substitute milk powder, but we got some real milk, so no problem. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in their restaurant, and breakfast also pleasant. They had a nice and very friendly in house bar, and the pool area, although we didn't use it looked very nice and was sheltered from the wind.

Very vlean and quiet. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. All smiles! The full breakfast was very good. It is close to all the sights we wanted to see. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Two couples and we had a suite, very roomy.

Every thing was good at this hotel, except the mattress. We reserved a room with king bed,and was very disappointed with The hardness of the mattress . Suggest trying a queen mattress. Overall is was a good,not great stay.

We're headed on to Trinidad, Colorado and this was our stop-off, gotta date at Tommy's tonight, drop-off the Maltese sisters, & have a place to shower to-do-it-all again-tomorrow kind of Inn! That's a lot! But we made it traveling history..... Keep partying, those taillights are Tommy & Leslie's.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I really don't trust any other hotel brands. Best Western had never let me down. The front desk staff are all friendly as well as the shuttle drivers. The restaurant staff are also good at what they do.

Needed a quick stay thru OKC. Very clean room, bathroom, etc. Parking lot very well lit. Staff amazingly friendly. Within walking distance of many eateries. Had a lounge and bar onsite also. Definitely recommend and will continue to stay at BW!

It may be a language thing but Best Western Plus in Europe are hotels, no way is this a hotel, it is a motel but charging hotel prices. The check in is beautiful, the staff are really unpleasant, I do not understand why people do jobs the obviously hate???? You are then redirected to the MOTEL, shock horror, lots of dogs everywhere, all going to the toilet everywhere, we love dogs, but this was awful. The MOTEL backs onto the very busy interstate, traffic noise ALL NIGHT, it also overlooks commercial properties, where they move large metalic objects and drop them several times a night, so forget sleeping. The room was good, clean and well appointed. Then breakfast!!!! no hot food left, and I was in a que for over 10 mins before replacements arrived, several people just looked at what appeared and walked away, and no decaf coffee. Do not stay here look elsewhere at these prices HOTEL accomodation is available.

I don't usually leave bad reviews. I base my stays on the reviews people leave. So I need to let you know about my experience. I made my reservation and told the person I had a dog with me. I was quoted a price. I checked in and told them I have my dog with me. I was not told it was a different price than what was originally quoted. My card had a hold on it for that amount. Four days later my bank tells me there is another charge for $173.00 I went to the desk to ask what that was about. First I was told the original amount wasn't enough for the week I was staying. I said, no that's what I was told and you can't just add more without notice. Then I was told it was a $15 a day charge for the dog. I said, 15 times 7 is not 173. The front girl looked confused and said a manager could explain it to me. Well excuse me. I understand what an extra dog charge is and that isn't it. So I'm going to complain about the very noisy air conditioner. The door that I have to insert my key into 10 times before it opens. the bugs that bite you while you sleep. See pics. The fridge that doesn't cool. the pillows are nice but the sheets and blanket is rough and itchy.I wouldn't mind this so much but they want to charge me $173 extra dollars that they don't even know what it's for. I'm still fighting them on this. We booked this place last minute on our road trip, as we decided to drive a few more hours. Pleasantly surprised. Easy to find off of Hwy 40, very nice place, and very friendly. It's a pretty big complex, and we asked if there was a luggage cart near our room, which was upstairs, the person at the desk said no, only in the lobby, but we will have someone bring you one to your car. I've never had service like that offered at a BW. We said it wasn't necessary, but the offer was most appreciated. We will stay here again.

We stayed here for one night on our way through Oklahoma, and had a lovely time. The staff were very friendly, and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very clean, and spacious with everything in them. The complimentary breakfast buffet was quite extensive, and well presented. Would recommend if passing through.

Erika greater us warmly and was very personable. First thing I noticed when entering our room was the access was from the outside which reduces security considerably. The room was clean and comfortable. We were unable to control the air conditioner. Breakfast was very inviting and plentiful. Many hot items were cold.

Good, comfortable hotel for the night off interstate highway, easy access, well maintained and staff were friendly. Breakfast was usual in a restaurant with western cowboy decor - enough a cause of excitement for an Asian!

This was the first time we stayed at this property, but it won't be the last. The inn was clean, convenient, comfortable, and had all the amenities we look for: King room on ground level, pet friendly, pool, restaurant, bar & complimentary breakfast. We parked right outside our door, there was a large grassy area for the dog (and it was very clean), the bathroom/shower was large & clean, the bed very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant & it was very good. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with different types of eggs & meat. The pool was clean & very comfortable for sitting by. A little too cold for swimming, however. We plan to always make this place our last stop on the way home from road trips out west.

I wish some of the other “so called BW Plus's” would learn from these guys! This was not my first stay at Saddleback, and if I need a place to stay in Oklahoma City in the future I definitely will stay there again!

The room was average size. Beds were good for hotel beds but the place is definitely outdated and could use some upgrades. The pool is horribly filthy and I've asked staff numerous times now to clean it. There's a lot I can put up with but a filthy pool is not ok. Hair debris and lots of leaves bugs and just overall disgusting stuff floating in the pool for over 3 days now. You cant even see the bottom it's so cloudy. It would be a 4 star if it was clean.

this hotel is old but is kept up nicely and has a nice staff, clean rooms, nice relaxing pool area, its an outdoor pool but is in the middle of the rooms, so no traffic, they have a nice restaraunt and free breakfast.

My recent stay at this location was nothing exciting, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep for a decent price. My room itself was average. It was in need of some updating, but it was clean enough, spacious and had the usual amenities that make traveling a little easier (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker). The main issue is there is practically zero noise reduction. You will hear anyone walking by outside, coming down the stairs, etc. My room was directly in front of the pool, so not only did I hear all of the waterplay, the acoustics of the area made it so I could hear and understand conversations that were taking place in the pool itself. The constant noise was definitely a letdown. The grounds are also in need of upgrades. I know this place is sticking to the rustic ranch theme, but the furniture and decor were crusty looking, covered in dust, ready to break, that sort of thing. Also, my stay here was during a rainstorm, and there were several leaks throughout the common areas and hallways. Nothing like seeing buckets everywhere to remind you of the storm outside. The restaurant and bar onsite are actually a nice touch. The dinner and drink selection is decent, but the breakfast buffet is very limited compared to other hotels within the same price point. The bar is well stocked and has a pool table and TVs, which makes this area a nice space to enjoy the manager reception snacks and hang out. The staff I spoke with was very courteous and friendly, but somehow messed up my billing after asking them repeatedly to check it. I asked several times on check in to make sure it was being billed to the company credit card and not my own, and was told each time that they had taken care of it. When I checked out, the receptionist caught the error and had to change the billing. Not a great use of time when trying to catch a flight. At least the price was good. In the end it was a decent stay, but next time I'm in OKC, I'm not sure if I would want to deal with the noise, leaks, and billing issues again just to save a few bucks.

Great all the way around. Very impressed with the cleanliness overall, and the breakfast. Great staff at check-in, as well. Also had good communication with staff on route to the hotel. Helped me out with the usage of my points.

Listen I know that management is going to jump on line and tear my review to shreds- but if you are going to be a guest here you need to be aware of a couple of things-the road noise is unbearable unless you are exhausted- thankfully two of the nights we were however one of the nights we stayed it was just horrible. Housekeeping staff seem ok- however they seem as if management wants them to conserve towels wash clothes- coffee for the maker in the room. The breakfast buffet was adequate- however after giving our breakfast coupon to the person at the serving area we were asked 3 more times by others for this coupon. It's a smaller area so it felt as if we were being rushed out- and hey that would be fine- but you cannot take food out it is dine in only- so no leisurely morning breakfast and coffee- however the lady that was there Monday morning was completely gracious and welcoming to us. Trust me unless you get a fantastic deal on a room by the road- just go some place cheaper. I did not complain while we were there- this was a one time trip for us to Oklahoma City- we always stay in Best Westerns this time I was really let down.

This Best Western was one of our stops as we drove toward Kentucky. We arrived around one in the morning and got the room. The room was big and the beds were comfy. Pet friendly hotel cause we had two dogs with us. Big enough place to walk the dogs. Well lighted and security drove around at night. Had a nice rest,ate breakfast and we were on our way. Good place to stay if you have pets.

The rooms were clean and I believe the carpet was new. Beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again when in the OKC area.

The check-in reception was very polite and helpful. The room was in top notch condition, with only one appliance showing signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was very kind. Check-out was a breeze, with no problems.

Very large hotel. Easy on and off from I-40. Nice size suite with ceiling fan. Good breakfast. Coffee not so good. Friendly and helpful staff. Need to publish that bar and restaurant not open on Sunday. Good spa and sauna. Pool not open this time of year. Close to eating places and service stations. Easy to get to airport and downtown.

Great Hotel clean comfortable stay excellent breakfast in the morning plenty of variety eggs bacon sausage hash browns. Full service restaurant and bar/lounge. The surrounding neighborhood might seem a little rough but I haven't had any trouble at this hotel security on site. Will definitely be back.

We stopped in Oklahoma City on our way to a wedding. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Easy on and off from the interstate. Clean, very pleasant and helpful staff! Great restaurant and free breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling. We were traveling across country and this hotel was a welcome place to stop and rest.

This Best Western hotel was a delightful surprise. First, it is conveniently located right off the freeway. Secondly, after driving for 12 hours I was completely tired and famished. What a delight to learn there was a complete restaurant and bar located inside. Hallelujah! The Southwestern decor was well done and the serving staff was more than helpful. The room was clean, offered a fridge and was near to the outside pool. I was more than pleased with the price (which was less than my typical stay at a Hilton or Marriott) and provided oh so much more. I recommend this location to business travelers like myself as well as to families needing a place to stay the night.

We happened upon this hotel by chance while searching for a pet friendly hotel. I would highly recommend this Best Western whether you have a pet with you or not. They had pet stations outside the rooms for easy convenience. The check-in and check-out staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We plan on staying here again.

Peace of mind when u pull back the sheets , mattress cover, and find no dust nor bugs! Very clean! The ladies at the front desk were helpful! Breakfast is good too! GREAT location! I always stay here for conferences.

This room was easy to get to and very clean. Good size for 3 of us. The only down side was we could hear traffic all night. Try to get an inside room near the pool. We also missed breakfast because it ends at 9:30. I wish it ended later.

Loved the main area/lobby. Hotel was very clean and easy to get to, yet location is a little weird. not very well lit towards back parking lot of hotel.(not best for solo travelers) receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Good breakfast, good bed, great staff. Decor is old style, elevator is a little scary and highway noise can be loud depending where you are. Nice pool. Small bar and restaurant but I haven't been to either one.

I stayed at this hotel whilst driving through Oklahoma as part of a Route 66 road-trip. Overall, I was disappointed as this was possibly the worst motel I stayed in on my journey. The rooms require refurbishment and don't feel particularly secure given the fact they face the parking lot. The complimentary breakfast was ok but below par when compared to other Best Westerns.

It really pays when you have nice pictures of the property posted on the internet. From the web site photos, this one seems to be in the Colorado mountains but in truth, it sits behind a large storage facility in a small industrial part of Oklahoma City. Its an older facility that has been fixed up and acting like a resort and conference center. The room was nice enough and clean. The shower and bath had been freshly caulked, but did show some evidence of mildew on the wall. And, the knob to activate the shower was very stubborn. Excessive pulling on it had loosened the faucet from the wall slightly. Breakfast was a very nice all you can eat buffet featuring scrambled eggs, meat, pastries, biscuits, fruit, and all of the other expected breakfast items. However, toward the ending time of 9:30, the food was not as hot and plentiful. There are also several chain type restaurants close by for dinner. Finally, the elevators both were out of order at the same time?? Second floor checkouts had to lug their bags down the steps to leave. I will probably look elsewhere on my next visit.

First, let me start off with this. All of you windbags, crybabies and those with European taste's on a working mans budget, GET OVER IT!. This is not the Waldorf etc, it is however the finest hotel I've stayed at in the 48 yrs I've been on this planet. Let me summarize: (1)The grounds are gorgeous. Very well kept, trash free and there are two rabbits that free range at night around the pool. (2)The rooms are what you would expect from a high class hotel. Very clean, well decorated and inviting. When you walk in the first time, a sense of calm drapes over you, (or at least it did me). (3)The tub/shower. Now understand, I am 6ft/7in tall and scale out at about 370lbs. I love big showers which they have but I also enjoy a nice hot bubble bath, AND THE TUB WAS BIG ENOUGH TO FIT ME...(not length wise but width) (4)Hungry in the morning?, no problem. They're breakfast buffet rivals all others. The buffet choices are to numerous to post so I will tell you what I had: South west scrambled eggs that had onions, bell pepper, seasoning and melted cheese on top. With that I had link sausage, home fried potatoes, hash browns, coffee and orange juice.The first morning I was there, they had no sausage so I had to resort to bacon,(barf), I hate bacon, no matter the source or who cooks it.They also had white gravy and picante sauce. I will admit though, after Monday, the biscuits seemed dull and tired, too dry to eat by themselves or with coffee, orange juice or even to sop up the leavings. (5)Customer service: Folks you can not get any better. They are so sweet and kind. (6)Room service.They hand you an actual menu from the Arizona Grill and what ever you order, it does come in Styrofoam, Rather, they take pride in customer service. Point is, get over yourself and book your stay at this hotel, you wont be sorry.

We were honestly only here to sleep while traveling. It is located close to the highway and has many restaurant options nearby. The room was surprisingly very nice for the money. We don't usually stay at hotels with outside entrances, but the room location and the atmosphere made us feel very safe. The breakfast in the morning far exceeded my expectations. It was better than most other Free Breakfasts that I have experienced. The pool area looked nice and clean and would have been enjoyable in better weather.

I usually stay at Best Westerns and prefer my door to open to a hallway versus outside. It feels safer and the carpet versus concrete helps keep noise down. This is the 1st Best Western I have stayed at that opened to the outside and it was hard to shut the door without slamming it. Therefore, we heard everyone coming and going. Was not impressed with the taste of the eggs or biscuit at breakfast either. And there were no waffles offered.

I chose this Best Western Plus because of the full breakfast and Jacuzzi/sauna. Both areas exceeded my expectations. Service was friendly, efficient. The comfortable, spacious room was perfect for our 3-day trip to visit family.

It was a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel was going through some renovations while we were there, but you were not even able to know that because of how quite the hotel was and the staff was very attentive to ever need we had.

Comfortable people on staff with smiles and direct eye contact. The food from the restaurant was very good and hot when brought to our seated area. The décor was tasteful and clean. I very much liked that they placed our room close to the lobby and entry as it made me and my partner feel safe. The cleanliness of the room was also very comforting so I did not have to be concerned about that. Maps and other amenities were pointed out that really helped us navigate around the city much better. I would stay here again and highly recommend for anyone else staying in the brick town area.

Great hotel just a few blocks off the beaten path. Good location for a stay over if catching a flight in or out of OKC. Just a short 5 minute drive to the Will Rogers Airport. Hotel has cozy rooms, professional staff, nice small bar and the restaurant was good, rooms were clean. would recommend to anyone traveling through OKC.

Oklahoma Best Western says to you, you are at a Best Western. They have a wonderful check in/out staff, nice breakfast and extremely clean rooms with a nice decor. That is why we chose Best Western for all our hotels while we traveled across the States to our new home.

My fiancé and I stayed here on our way from moving to Chicago from Arizona. The staff was helpful and sweet, and overall a present experience. The rooms were nice, and comfortable, and they even allowed my puppy (who's five years old) in. I recommend staying here

Booked suite everything was great except had to request towels and washcloths. Full breakfast buffet included was very tasty! For the price and close proximity to Hwy 40 very convenient! Our room was away from highway, but I can see where those rooms closer to it might have issues sleeping as it's loud. Lots of gas stations and drive thru restaurants nearby. Very handy!

The wife and I stayed here for a night away, the hotel restaurant had great food, the rooms were very clean, and the bartender in the hotel was very nice and friendly, all the staff was very friendly and wiling to help with what ever we needed

I'll start with the only negatives which really didn't impact on our stay but may affect others. There is freeway noise but a plus to that is that it is close for access. The room lighting was poor but most hotels are! That aside I really can't rate this property & the staff highly enough. It started the moment we checked in as the girl was very nice & helpful by answering our questions about finding places by giving us maps, printed directions & offering the shuttle for $5 round trip each (or free within a 3 mile radius!). On entry the room smelt nice & the remote was in a little pouch which gives the impression of being clean. It was well appointed with good storage & also countertop space for wash bags etc with the washbasin being outside the bathroom. The bath had a fixed showerhead. There was a bar & restaurant off the lobby. Consequently they offer a full cooked buffet breakfast with proper crockery & cutlery!! The shuttle service is amazing. Within a 3 mile radius the ride is free so that includes Stockyards, Fairgrounds & Outlet Mall. You just call them when you're ready to be picked up. Otherwise it's $5 pp return to other places like Bricktown & the Memorial Museum. The Cowboy Museum is further out & not included. Parking Downtown is $5 minimum from what we saw although it was fairly plentiful. However with the shuttle you can try the breweries safely! The staff are a real asset at this property.

It was late and we were driving all day on our way back east. We needed to find a place ASAP. This inn was on our way. Due to timing I glanced at the reviews and was not crazy how many stars I saw. Before this one we stopped at other motels in the area. Combination of parking was full of work trucks mostly, spaces were small and it arrived in the middle of the night. So upon arriving at this inn, we were drove around inspecting the place. Lighting around certain parking spots were just ok. But parking was not great if you have a full size pickup. And there were lot of pickups with trailers parked at odd angles that made the parking difficult. Staying in the truck my husband checked in and afterwards inspected the room. Eventually we moved to another parking spot that was kind of close to the room. Lighting was so so. Seeing where our room was and hearing the roaring of the traffic on the highway I was thinking this will be a long night. Upon walking in the room this was place was definitely old hotel but updated. And it was huge!! Also it had an odd smell like the stale of smoke. Had a divider wall between the bedroom and living area which was nice. There was a popcorn left near the TV. Not sure if that was from the hotel or a guest left it there. During the night you can hear the roaring of the traffic on the highway. Wow!! Even the A/C couldn't drown it. The next morning we were on the rush to get on the road so we didn't bother having breakfast at the inn. Overall our experience was just ok. It was almost 1AM by the time we settled and left a few hours later. But if you are a light sleeper with the roaring of traffic, you will have a horrible night. If we were to stay here again we will try to see if they have a room available no where the interstate.

Room was clean, service and Free breakfast was very good, beds comfortable and heat was properly controlled. Room was a 1/4 mile from front desk. Pet friendly. Nice pool but it was too cold in December to use it.

Nice Hotel, very clean comfortable rooms. Would stay here again when back on OKC. Did not get a second coupon for two adult breakfast , but we were okay with that since we had planned on going to Cattleman's for breakfast anyway. Only draw back is road noise ,right next to I-40, and outside doors, people going by on the outside ,even downstairs were rather noisy. But overall great place to stay and in walking distance to Trappers.

This was an overnight trip to visit the National Cowboy Museum. Have always wanted to see the statue of “End Of The Trail”. It is the first thing you see on entering the museum, and it is stunning. The entire museum is a real treat. I highly recommend it.

This is one of our favoirte stops on our trip to our winter home in Arizona. We are always greeted like old friends and the room is always clean and fresh. The internet works great, the bathroom is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room smelled like a kennel. The floors weren't swept. Outside the room looked like it was never cleaned. Don't stay here. I told the desk clerk the the room was sick. She said she could do anything.....maybe move use to another room at 11pm ? The check in took 20 minutes as their printer wasn't working.

It always bothers me when hotels place a woman traveling alone in a room that is so far removed from the main area of the facility. The room I had was on the highway side of the hotel and felt a bit sketchy. I always travel with my small dog and had to walk her in what felt like a dangerous area. I do have to say that I did see a security guard late at night parked in the area I was located in. Somehow that made me worry more. Also, my room was very noisy. From the nearby highway to the loud refrigerator to the weird wave/humming sound somewhere in or near my room, it was distracting and made for a rough night. I had hoped that at least breakfast would make up for it, but it did not. I had to search out some hot water for my tea and scavenge for utensils. The food was mediocre.

This Best Western was in a ideal spot for out weekend for the An Affair of the Heart. It was close to the fairgrounds, restaurants, and the outlet mall. The rooms very nice, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and useful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Even thought the buffet was within 30 minutes of closing, hot food was begin brought out.

I can do without the write around the toilet and the mold on the shower curtain. The room had large cookie crumbs or something under the couch that I had to get before my dog did. The sofa bed was like a rock .

We all ways stay at Saddle Back when in OKC. An Best Western when in Norman, OK. The staff at Norman is great and OKC. I also posted them on my face book page. Yhese people is what America all about. Hard working, caring and makes you feel like they were glad you stayed.

Upon arriving I was greeted like an old friend. Nice. And for only the second time in 8 stays I actually received an upgrade to a suite. Evan though I am a diamond member, the Saddleback is not know for handing out upgrades very often. If you are in the OKC area and want a comfortable place to stay with an excellent resturant and bar, this is the place. I always stay at the Saddleback.

Older property that has been kept up well. Beds & bedding were below average. Breakfast was average. Parking ok. Had dinner there one night. It was good very good. We will try it again next time in the area.

this place is always a great place to stay. friendly service excellent breakfast. my family always enjoy the breakfast buffet and the cleanliness of the rooms. the division of the rooms and the spacious bathroom are a real nice change.

We stayed for one night at the Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center. Its a very nice Best Western. We had a first floor room. It had a nice guide on Oklahoma City one could look at while there. There was also an Oklahoma City visitor channel one could watch on the flat screen TV. The room was nice and we got a good peaceful night sleep The grounds are nice. There is a large swimming pool. There is a restaurant on site and also a bar. In the morning there is a good breakfast buffet served until 9:30 in the morning. It is complementary. The restaurant decor is western and very nice. Service is superb. The only thing I found funny was when we got there at 3:00 in the afternoon, the parking lot was pretty empty. When we returned later in the night, I knew we were in Oklahoma City with the large number of trucks, horse trailers, and other trucks (as well as some cars.). It definitely felt like we were in Oklahoma City (and not back home.)

Stayed here for a night just passing through the states and wasn't all that impressed. The concierge at the desk upon arrival seemed clueless and we waited an hour after calling the front desk for blankets that never came. The conjoining rooms are only separated by paper disguised as a wall. We could hear the people in the room next to us (three old man who smoke like 50s greasers behind the school) well into the early hours of the morning. The man who took over for the clueless girl was incredibly helpful about everything for the rest of evening, really trying to make the best of a discerning situation. He and the bartender of the lounge were really the shining beacons of the evening, friendly, talkative and caring so kudos to them. The breakfast spread was pretty incredible as well. Its an alright hotel if you get a vacant room next to you but really only good for a passing night unless of course you're the loudmouth deaf ashtrays of the world. Oh also, laundry room is located a block away and up three flights of stairs...I wouldn't use the elevator.

We stayed in this hotel and was given rooms that had no smoking on the doors but the rooms smell of smoke. When reported to reception they offered no other room or help. This was not just our room it was also our friend's room. Since we only stayed one night and off early next day we did not take this up with head office. We had rooms on ground floor and had to have the curtains close all the time as people could see straight into the rooms so might as well note have windows! We went to the bar whilst we had a drink at the bar the women serving disappeared off for 25 mins leaving the bar unattended and we were unable to get another drink. By the time she returned there was the queue a few people waiting to get a drink. She did not even server people in order of who had been waiting for longest, she made no attempt to find out who had waited longest. The breakfast was average at best. I would not stay here again, really disappointed since we stayed at other Best Western and they far better.

Was there for a Conference. The made some improvements over the last 2 years. Very clean and friendly. I would recommend it to anybody staying for just one night or even over a week. Food in restaurant is good also.

The motel was easy to get to off the highway. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating after a 12 hour ride. The Room and surroundings were very clean. The food was good and the restaurant was open for our late arrival.

This was a great place to stay. Very nice hotel. I have stayed here many times during my business travels. Our company travels extensively throughout the year and Best Western Hotels can usually be counted upon for a wonderful nights rest and a safe place to stay.

The BW Plus was a great place to stay. The room was well appointed and ALL the staff were pleasant and professional. The restaurant is a big plus! Very good food and service. We would definitely stay here again in Oklahoma City.

We love that we didn't have to settle for lesser quality just because we travel with our dog. Our only complaint would be the highway noise, but we slept through it just fine. We are used to hotels, not motels, so the door opening directly outside was a bit daunting, but there were security guards patrolling all night which was very comforting. The breakfast and restaurant service rather than a typical continental breakfast was superb. Because of the friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms, we will definitely stay here again.

WE came in late that night and was given a friendly greeting and the clerk found us the best rate and I am very happy with the place. We always stop here when we go to the east coast. Food was good the next day at breakfast

Locates on the WNW side of the city, this gem is a bit older but still an awesome deal. It is 10 minutes to the state fairgrounds and surrounded by some fantastic eateries. Only two floors to contend with and ample parking close to your room. Well worth considering,

Stayed for one night during a trip. Hotel is located in an industrial area and just down the road from an adult store, felt a little creepy arriving at night. Whomever took the hotels cover photo knew what they were doing, makes it look like as if it is out and in a quiet area. Arrival was pleasant, finding the room took a little more time than expected due to the layout and being tired. Upon entering the room it was quite obvious it was an older room that was either an old smoking room or something with a lot of odor to it due the over abundant use of air freshener. I have been in scented rooms many times before but this had the most (worst) I had ever been in. Almost went to the front desk to get another room or depart to another location but it was late and I was tired so I stayed. Okay cleanliness, quiet and comfortable other than the smell. Had a decent sleep. Went to breakfast in the morning, They must have locals that try to grab a free breakfast due to the use of tickets. There were a good amount of food choices on the buffet. Everything seemed cooked well and had good flavor to it. Honestly it was an overall good stay. Not excellent by any means like most of the reviews but not poor by any stretch of the imagination either. Wished the room had not smelled so bad for our stay but most everything else was fine. Price paid was similar to other hotels in area, this one is not a huge savings over the others so not sure where people say it is a "great value". Many, not all, of the 5 star ratings come from single posters. I probably should have looked at that a little deeper but it worked out okay. I wish Tripadvisor had a way to sort that out of the equation so people could filter and concentrate on more traveled reviews that sometimes offer different viewpoints.

I have stayed many nights at this hotel for business when in OKC. The accommodations are predictable and very satisfactory. The breakfast, while also predictable, is hot and the service is nice considering this is a buffet. The airport shuttle is very convenient.

My wife and I wanted to explore OKC and decided to stay at this Best Western. We were somewhat concerned that it might be too far from areas of interest, like Bricktown, but we found Bricktown and Midtown within easy reach, usually within a 20-minute drive. The staff was friendly and professional. The guest room was roomy, attractively appointed, and very comfortable. The dining room was also very comfortable, and the breakfast was in part a welcomed departure from the usual breakfasts you find at inexpensive hotels. The bacon, cheesy eggs, and fresh fruit...and the pleasant service...made breakfast enjoyable, not just a fast way to fuel up before jumping back into the car. I'm not sure whether I'll ever return to OKC--although I'd like to--but I'll certainly stay at this Best Western Plus hotel if I do return.

We love this hotel and stay here every time we are in Oklahoma City. The rooms are clean and employees helpful After driving all day it is nice to eat at the hotel instead of finding a restaurant near by.

When we called for reservations clerk was very accommodating. They gave was just what and where we wanted. 1st floor easily accessible to hot tub/sauna and not to much walking distance. The room was nice. We spent 3 days. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. They give you tickets for breakfast. It was really really good. Great hot buffet. Plus the other typical items rolls, toast, cereal etc.

Very comfy beds, very clean room and little extras to make it special. Shuttle driver was very friendly and informative and the shuttle was worth it so we didn't have to drive. Person at check in was very personable and remembered us later to ask how our sightseeing trip went. Will definitely come back!

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great pool, good breakfast, convienent location for the Head of OK. We have stayed here two years in a row and would recommend and stay here again in the future!

Picked this while driving through Oklahoma City based on price and proximity to interstate 40. Big mistake. The service my family received during our stay ranged from mediocre to rude. The room wasn't any better. The carpet was damp. The room was poorly lit (even with all of the lights on) and it smelled like mildew. The whole place felt dirty. One side of the hotel faces a busy street and is quite loud. All ground level rooms have doors that exit right out to the parking spots less than 10 feet away.

Having stayed at the hotel several times, been pleased generally with rooms. Breakfast was good,,, coffee though terrible. Hope they change brands. Would stay again. Location close to many restaurants.

The Saddleback Inn was located about 3 blocks off of I-40 in Oklahoma City. The small side street on which it was located was a little difficult to see and we drove past it at first. The streets were not well-lit so I had some problems getting around at night. The room was comfortable and clean with a breakfast buffet provided in the morning. There were several fast food type restaurants nearby, but not a lot of variety. It was a satisfactory place to stay near the I-40, but there are several other Best Westerns in OKC that have better locations in my opinion.

Stayed one night. Room was nice until you looked closer. Mold in the bathroom and holes in the lampshades. Parking was close to the room. Breakfast is at a restaurant in hotel, no taking food back to your room. Industrial/run down area but seemed safe. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. Person that checked us in seemed like she was in a bad mood but did her job.

I thought this facility was excellent. I loved the restaurant and bar area, altho I didn't use the bar. Enjoyed the fitness center. The room was great. The location was easily accessible. I would highly recommend the place.

I make it a point to stay at the Best Western Saddleback, The price is reasonable, the rooms are nice, the location is super and the staff is always pleasant. My only mistake is that I never stay in the summer when I can take advantage of the pool, but the hot tub and sauna make for that problem.

Our 3 night stay, while enjoying Oklahoma State Fair, was excellent. The staff here are amazing, with great customer skills, and the attitude of" whatever it takes, to get the job done, is prevalent throughout. Patrick Powell, General Manager, went above and beyond, to make our stay even more enjoyable!!

This is a wonderful hotel if you want to just relax and have all you need on site. The restaurant has good food and none of those inflated prices to have it brought to your room, so tip your server well!! Nice little bar with a pool table and dart board. A GREAT breakfast buffet that is an actual buffet! Every time I go to OKC, this is where I stay.

In less than 24 hours, my husband and I killed 15 roaches. This is the worst Best Western I have ever experienced and I am always traveling for business. I emailed photos to the management as well and awaiting a reply.

Reservation, check in and check out were timely and efficient. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Staff were professional and efficient. Location was well suited to my needs. The staff were more than helpful in locating a restaurant other than the one in the hotel that served a particular type of food that I wanted.

Like New! This older property is in excellent condition. The rooms smell clean and fresh, with recent updates to flooring, carpeting and furnishings. Only issue is outside corridors, but hotel is safe and well lit. This is a large property that has been kept in tip-top shape, nice pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The breakfast is a full-buffet with fresh cooked items from a full service kitchen. BW Saddleback is a first-rate operation.

Very nice hotel clean and a great breakfast. The staff is exceptional and very kind. Highly recommend this hotel to stay for business or pleasure. They have renovated the entire hotel and its very nice. A+

This is our favorite hotel in the OKC area. The rooms are always clean and service friendly. The grounds are kept very clean although the outside of the building is showing some signs of wear and its age. The breakfast, by far, is the best free hotel breakfast you will ever get. It is excellent. The pool and jacuzzi area is always kept very clean and is excellent. The value you get with this hotel is second to none.

Our group liked everything about this place. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The amenities are also great; fitness center, pool, breakfast, etc. Front desk staff and service personnel were friendly, and top rate. Highly recommended.

Wished we could have stayed longer. Only problem was ac not working in first room we were given. That was taken care of quickly. We were given another room within a matter of minutes. Only complaint is I wished they pancakes with the breakfast. Will return here in the future.

I have friends and colleagues that love this place (especially for karaoke in the bar) and I am told by our business office that it is a pleasure doing business with this hotel. (Some have even hosted their family reunions here.) It's clean and the staff is friendly even if it is a bit dated. Breakfast bar was the typical foods (scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage that alternated with pancakes and potatoes). The pool area looked nice. (Pillows on the king size bed were a bit small and lumpy but there were plenty of them.) This reminds me of a family hotel from the seventies for some reason. It was serene and quiet even though it's right off of I-40.

Everyone and everything was great. Very good location. Breakfast was fresh and the breakfast area was very clean and well looked after. It had cooled off so we enjoyed a nice walk around the block which was very pleasant since we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us.

We selected this hotel due to the convenience of the location. We are on the road a lot, and convenience is important. The check in process was good. We received very friendly service. We were made aware of the shuttle service that we could take to Bricktown for only $10. This was a great way to see some of Oklahoma City on such a short stay. Unfortunately the driver was not very friendly and seemed preoccupied. Almost like we were disturbing him by taking the shuttle. The room was comfortable. We like having the mini fridge and microwave because we travel with plenty of water and drinks. We like having a restaurant and lounge on-site. However, we also had a customer service problem with the young lady attending the bar. She was very involved with some friends and did not provide us good service. She even billed us incorrectly and we did not discover this until the next morning. We were able to get it straightened out before checking out. Overall, we did get a good nights sleep.

We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very clean and everything worked, including the a/c - we like to keep our room very, very cool & most hotels have a set temperature - this one did not. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet, as far as the usual noise you hear of neighbor's doors closing, running, stomping, restroom noise, etc. The breakfast was far superior to that of our usual stays at other hotels in this price range. The restaurant was clean and the staff very professional. The front desk staff was also very friendly. We had one neighbor with a loud Harley motorcycle that revved it up over & over and even parked it on the sidewalk outside of our room one night, but he was gone the next day, so all was good. We did not report the incident. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and were more than pleased with this hotel and all of its employees.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The spa/jacuzzi was broken so that was disappointing to say the least. Don't go for the gym. The equipment was ok but it was a tiny room with no towels, the wipes were empty and there were no fans. Also, it's the same old story- if you forget something you rarely ever see it again. I called right away after forgetting a piece of clothing and they said nothing was turned in - shocking, right? Overall the place is clean and is ok for a one night stay.

Busy place, but generally most reasonably price of all area Best Westerns. Breakfast is always top notch. Place is clean. Area safe. Numerous restaurants around for dinner. Freeway access minutes away.

Very convenient location in this hotel just off I-40. Hotel has restaurant onsite for dinner or drinks. Breakfast is included in the rate and served in the restaurant. Rooms are good size and being remodeled. Nice size pool in the center. Staff are friendly.

Everyone was nice and professional. The rooms were clean and well kept. Good water pressure in the showers. It had a nice little bar and breakfast accommodations. Wish I would have tried their restaurant.

Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in ever, other than a Motel 6 back in the 1970s. Seriously. Vagrant panhandling part of town, they sleep in the open stairwells at night (evidenced by filthy blankets and clothes on stairwell in early morning). Didn't sleep that night, so loud the sound of the interstate next to it and the vibration from the interstate made it feel like you were sleeping under the freeway bridge. Panhandlers next to property off freeway exit, had to watch car throughout the night; yes, it's that bad. First time I slept with handgun under pillow in a long time. Do not stay her or on this part of town with a trailer of belongings; do not leave valuables in your car or truck. Do not stay here if you are moving and have a moving truck with you. Linens need to be "refreshed" by throwing away and getting new ones, I did not want to sleep in the bed for concern of picking up something I did not want. Yes, that bad, but I was too tired from traveling to look elsewhere at the time. Room was dark, dingy. Employees at front desk very nice, very helpful, and breakfast was excellent, but still had to deal with no sleep the night before. Save yourself the trouble, the money, and lack of sleep, bypass this one completely. Drive 1 hour away from Oklahoma City to Weatherford, OK, and stay at the new, clean, beautiful LaQuinta instead; you won't regret it! Oklahoma City has gone the way of panhandlers and vagrants, unfortunately, just as many of our cities these past 8 years. Keep yourself and loved ones safe, stay clear of this property. Don't believe any good review on this one. I should have taken pictures of what this place is really like and posted them. If there was a review in the negative integers, I would have chosen it.

Great bed and awesome pillows. The breakfast is very good and we stayed two nights. The room was clean, only found one area that had ice but wasn't too far from our room. We have stayed here in past years and decided to come back again.

I stayed here while on a road trip across the country last week and it's a decent place to spend a night. While the bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was a bit dated, it got the job done and was a good price. This is not a luxury motel and shouldn't be treated as such. The breakfast offered a nice selection of fruits and the parking lot is well lit. If traveling through Oklahoma City again, I'd stay here.

I was completely shocked when I pulled up to the hotel. It was more of a motel than a hotel. Dirty inside and outside, inside the rooms were disgusting. I have been rating on TripAdvisor for several years good and bad. I have never seen a Trip Advisor recommended hotel that looked this bad.

This hotel is ok but had a few shortcomings. The room itself was very clean but the tub drain wouldn't drain, and there was also rust around the drain. The internet was horrible. Our room faced the freeway and was very loud.

Great place to stay, near the conference we were attending. Breakfast was good, quality amenities and great staff. We didn't realize how close to the airport we were but it wasn't an issue for us. The pool area is beautiful and overall this was a great stay, will be visiting again.

The décor is a little dated, the pool area is ok, Hotel was quiet during my stay which is a big plus. However the breakfast needs a lot of work, I'm not sure the staff has ever sat down to eat as if they were an out of town guest. Nor have they stayed at a hotel that offers breakfast.

A very clean, comfortable, well maintained and reasonably priced hotel with a great staff. The breakfast service surpassed that which we received in any other hotel during our trip in amount of choices, staff and cleanliness. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. I wish all of the hotels we stayed at were of this caliber.

Hookers, drug dealers and druggies will walk up to your room and harras you. DO NOT STAY HERE. They will wait for you to walk out of your room, walk to breakfast, stand near vehicles with uhauls or trailers. Poor security, staff DOES NOT CARE. The location is sketchy, and the doors can easily be kicked in. Overall a 2/10 for quality. Just don't stay, take my word and go to the holiday inn or if possible Le the Sheraton.

We didn't like it Breakfast very poor, airco very noisy, not very clean and internet very bad. We couldn't connect our phones to internet, very poor quality of the breakfast, the eggs were very cold and not much variety , my son loves waffles and other type of cereals the hotel does not have I shut down she airco sine was extremely noisy

We stayed here one night on a trip west. When I booked it we requested a quiet room. Yes, a request is just that--a request--but when you're asking for quiet and you're given a room so close to the freeway that the door and floor vibrate all night it's a problem. I've never seen a hotel built so close to a freeway (the photo I've enclosed was taken standing in the door of the room). The sound of semis roaring by all night made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. With little sleep, my husband and I went down to breakfast and then went to the front desk to ask for a grab and go bag for our daughter so we could leave. The profoundly unhelpful front desk clerk, Jeff, said they weren't available. We'd asked the night before whether they'd be available and were told yes. There was nothing in the breakfast area to take away and a sign saying you couldn't take food from the breakfast room anyway so we left and bought daughter's breakfast elsewhere. We mentioned how loud the room was to front desk clerk Jeff and his response was "there's nothing I can do for you". So much for the signs in the rooms saying they want customer satisfaction and to talk to the front desk if you have any problem. This hotel is WAY overpriced for what you get. There are much less expensive motels and hotels all around it. We've stayed in hotels and motels all over the US and several other countries. We've never had a worse night's sleep than this hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this place unless they assure you that you won't get stuck in the rooms at the back, with the freeway right on top of you.

The Hotel was decent need some updating the air conditoner in the room didnt seem to get cold much but the elevator definitely needed a update seemed like the elevator was gonna break down very scary to ride.

Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn and Conference Center in Oklahoma City has it all. We enjoyed a suite next to the pool area for a birthday celebration recently for my brother. We found the hotel and grounds beautiful and the restaurant food deliciousl. Our waitress graciously provided everything we needed, including extra desert plates to serve the cake we had brought in. She joined in singing Happy Birthday to this beloved family member along with the people from the next table! Thank you, Best Western, for helping us create for my brother a very happy birthday experience!

The hotel is reasonably nice and does have a decent breakfast available with plenty of seating. The staff are all nice and courteous. Our room was close to the highway so it was a little noisy but ok. Overall our stay was nice.
