"Don't waste your money. The view isn't worth it."

Trash hotel. No hot water in the 6th floor room, dirty windows obscuring the river view, mini fridge that freezes your drinks, outlets so worn out that the plugs fall out, and a thermostat with an accuracy of +-5°F. We were hoping the restaurant could redeem the motel-quality accomodations after our cold showers, but it turns out the "Breakfast Menu" has been replaced by "Buffet Only". Truly a disappointment on every level.

Went for a hockey tournament with multiple rooms. rooms aren't that clean, pool and pool area is good for kids. Location is terrible there is nothing around and seems like a somewhat sketchy area, lots of driving needed to do anything. Overpriced for what it is. Very small lobby.

Stayed for 3 nights. Arrived at dinner time, dropped bags off in room and ate in restaurant - pleasant experience there. Kids played mini sticks in pool area (large area with seating; great area to convene with kids). Then went back to room, got kids in bed since they had to be up at 5:45am next morning for a tournament, & unpacked. After trouble shooting, I realized that the fridge and heater were not working. Called front desk to report this, and they sent up a maintenance person who managed to fix the heater, but asked us to wait for the next maintenance guy to replace the fridge (he had almost 30 mins before his shift was done). About 5 minutes after he left the heater stopped working again. I called front desk and the woman offered for me to go down and get some extra blankets to get through the night. I didn't think this was a fair "fix" to our problem; it was a freezing cold winter weekend and we booked for 3. nights. She then asked me to send one of my kids (aged 8 and 10) to get a key for a new room (after I had informed her that they were already asleep); she said we had to go down to get it instead of them bringing it up to us. My spouse arrived to the hotel shortly after (we&he drove into Buffalo from Canada) and he ended up going to get the key. We then repacked everything and moved into the new room before waking up our kids to move to the new room. By the time we were settled it was very late, kids were cranky and we were all exhausted. On a positive note, the rest of the staff we dealt with besides these two individuals had better rapport with us. The restaurant was good and the pool & pool area were fun for the kids and parents to hang out at together. Please note: we had a double queen room and it was very tight. Smaller than your typical DQ room at other hotels. We came with a backpack each (4 ppl), some snacks and water, a bag with an extra pair of runners and water shoes for the pool, and another bag with winter hats, gloves, scarves, etc. We had to leave the stuff we needed for the tournament in the car (which was fine, but it was STILL pretty tight). There were no drawers - only two small baskets and a closet with a few hangers (shared with ironing board and suitcase rack) to put clothes in if you wanted to fully unpack. I wouldn't recommend for a family for more than a one-night stay. If you are two people, you could use the 2nd bed for putting stuff on. Also note: no microwave in room if that matters to you.

We visited on a Tuesday evening. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was a river view room so a nice view overlooking the Niagara River. We used the pool and enjoyed it. The water was warm. The pool area was very tidy and clean, but a little on the chilly side due to the outside weather creeping in through to the inside. Great location. Not far from the outlet mall and other shopping options. Close to Niagara Falls area as well if you want to go see the Falls!! Definitely recommend this hotel and we will visit again. It was a great value for the room and absolutely met our expectations.

I stayed here with my wife while we went to the surrounding areas around the falls. Other than a slight hiccup at checkin, they made things right with complimentary parking and a $20 restaurant voucher, which was great. After loading our stuff onto a tiny luggage rack inside a super tiny elevator, we were off to our rooms. The room itself has a lot of really great amenities! A really nice, big, jetted hot tub and a spacious shower next to it with a very large vanity. Plenty of space to spread out in the living area and the bed was pretty decent, albeit a little bouncy. Only suggestions I'd have for the room would be better television placement and a bigger tv for the size of the room. But chances are if you're in this area, the tv isn't going to be a concern. They should also consider putting some plates/bowls in the kitchenette area as well. We traveled with our dog as the hotel was listed as being pet friendly. There is a corridor through the pool to the “riverside” of the building that guests are expected to take for their dogs to go to the bathroom. However, there are no dog stations/bags/ or designated areas to throw the poop away! So us, along with the maintenance guys we heard complaining about it, were frustrated by a lack of accommodation for being told it was pet friendly. Also keep in mind, that corridor the the riverside can be locked at any time, in which case they expect you to walk directly outside the building to this uneven gravel section where there is nothing but poop everywhere! Disgusting, and something needs to be done about it. On the positive side, even though breakfast isn't included in the price, it is definitely worth the price. The potatoes are seasoned really well, bacon and eggs were delicious! Our server, Amber, was awesome to deal with as was the bartender we had previously. She was eager to give recommendations for the area and seemed genuinely happy to be there. This is uncommon to see nowadays and she deserves a big shout out! Side note: the heated pool is freezing during winter - don't even try it. Given all of this, we still felt like this hotel was a decent stay for the cost, especially since they made things right that hadn't gone our way. Please install some more doggy stations and more readily available areas for dogs to do their business since you call yourself dog friendly! Thanks!

Looking for a new place to have lunch in Niagara Falls, we discovered Bella Vista Ristorante located in the Niagara Riverside Resort, and it was wonderful. The menu is amazing and your taste buds will be amazed as well. Service was outstanding, our server (Anthony) was delightful, could not ask for anyone better.

The restaraunt Bella Vista inside this hotel is amazing, beautiful views and really good food! Homemade pasta that was delicious. Anthony waited on us and was amazing explaining everything we didn't understand on the menu and the specials. Thanks Anthony!!! We had a great time!

Stayed this past weekend for a family getaway checked out today. Had an amazing time. We visited both sides of the falls. Make sure you bring your passport if you want to cross into Canada. AMerican side of falls is very nature like and canda is more like a vegas style with the lights. We stayed in a jacuzzi room that overlooked the river which was beautiful at night.

As a BW Premier Collection, I expected a bit more. The room was clean, but was surprised that the bathroom sink was outside of the tub/toilet area. Would have been ok as a single occupant, but there were 2 of us. Furniture was old too with no drawers or place to put clothing. Looked more like a desk than a dresser. Had an opportunity to have lunch on the lovely patio overlooking the water. Fantastic and our host and waiter Anthony could not have been more accommodating. Even helped us navigate getting to the Falls.

Switched to 3 different king jacuzzi suites. Dirty, all 3 rooms needed carpets changed and weren't cleaned properly. First room was dirty and mattress was horrible. Second room Jacuzzi knob broken. Charged $10 to park there. No continental breakfast.

Decent hotel. Staff friendly. Clean. Comfortable bed. The kids loved the pool, but it was barely warm, as advertised as a heated pool. However, this never bothers the kids. I used the laundry room during our stay, which was nice to have available. Only takes quarters, $2.00 a load. Thank goodness for the free coffee and the coffee place across the street for my morning addiction. I am not ashamed of my coffee need and Amy's Coffee, across the street, perked me right up! No hotels in the Niagara Falls area does free breakfast that we could find so we brought up snack foods to eat in the morning. The area around the hotel seems a little run down, but I never felt unsafe. And it's not far from Niagara State Park, where Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds is located. Awesome by the way. Beautiful view from the restaurant patio, which had to have good food because it was steady every night. I liked the lawn chairs that people had out and I seen some beautiful fires out there at night. Overall decent.

I got married here last weekend and I could not have been happier! The staff is absolutely incredible, especially the banquet servers! Catrina and Starr were there every time I turned around with amazing service and even better dance moves! Ashley and her partner went above and beyond, always checking in on us and making sure we had the very best experience. Chef Kevin blew us away with the quality of the food; our guests loved it! The room was great, we stayed in 804. The jacuzzi was clean and relaxing with a beautiful view of the north grand island bridge. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Niagara Falls or for any events!

Don't be fooled, this is no "riverside resort." In fact, the riverside is so poorly maintained by the staff that you cannot possibly enjoy it without smelling or stepping in goose feces. The tyrant that runs the restaurant will not serve steak sauce or additional condiments as he expects customers to eat his food exactly as it is prepared. Waitresses fear him so he gets away with this behavior. Our bathroom had mold and under the beds had not been cleaned in months. Other customers tissues were found along with used plastic spoons etc., absolutely disgusting! Manger provides no security in the hotel, so we were at the mercy of rowdy teenagers all night long while they smoked dope, beat on our door and vandalized the property. Calls to the front desk fell on deaf ears. Mangement is absolutely clueless at this hotel and obviously has no education or training in the hospitality business. This location is kind of sketchy anyway and should have been a warning to us. Any place but this one would be a better choice.

This hotel has been redone since I grew up there, and was done well. Staff is great, Restaurant is great. Rooms over looking the river are great. A nice way to visit family back home and be able to maintain our own schedules without impeding others..

This hotel definitely saved us some money and it was easy to get to and from Niagra Falls from our hotel. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels that were much nicer for a lower price. For this area, this was a fair price. The neighborhood was not the best, but I have stayed in worse. The hotel was on the Niagra River and the view of the river from our room was great. The staff ran lukewarm to very friendly and helpful. We had a problem during the night with them not realizing our room was occupied and we were awoken and questioned about how we got into the room at about 1 am. The day staff the next day took care of the problem to our satisfaction and we did not experience any further issues.

Slightly disappointed. I'll start off with the positives - the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar was great, the beds were comfortable and the view on the riverside is beautiful, although we did not use the pool we did check it out and it was nice, the hotel is only 3-4 miles from the falls and even closer to lots of shopping and restaurants Negatives - the elevators are sketchy (very dark, doors had issues closing sometimes and the buttons for the floors didn't always light up), the carpet as you walked into our room was coming up, the bathroom was tiny and we personally don't like the vanity outside of the bathroom, the hallways had a weird smell, while I was aware of the parking fee, not once did I see anyone checking for parking passes If you decide to stay here I highly recommend staying on the riverside, the view makes up for some of the negatives.

The restaurant is one of the nicest patio dining I seen on the water. The hotel is a hidden gem. I really did enjoy eating breakfast while the sun was rising. It was one of the highlights of my trip. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is overpriced with a large parking lot, and they charge $10 per night for unsecured parking. The housekeeper stated that I need speak to the front desk to ha e my room cleaned. The front desk stated they will only clean rooms with a 24 hour advanced notice. I placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. When I returned, the room was serviced... regardless of their statement and the DND sign on the door!!! There are 8 floors serviced by two narrow elevators. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. I pointed out the crumbs and wrappers in the hall to the house keeper and was told to inform the front desk. On the second day they had water pressure testing for an hour, during the third hour I iormed the front desk that the toilet was constantly running and that the phone in the room did not work. I was promised that maintenance would make the repairs. After returning four hours later it was not fixed.. I was informed that the toilet will run constantly throughout the night until all of them in the hotel fills up!?!?!? Of course no other solution was looked into or offer made to move my family. I was told that they were full... this was on a Tuesday. The menu in the restaurant is A LA Cart, overpriced, with tips preadded to the bill and the service slow and unattended. The water view is nice but the street view is not appealing. Although this hotel is only a ten minute drive to the water falls, I will not return here and would suggest future guest to seek other venues.

This motel was located in a bad neighborhood. They charge you $10 to park like people are knocking into eachother to be in that area. The lady at check in was slow and less than friendly. She actually looked like she hated her job and anyone who dared to interupt her. The gentleman who checked us out was the polar opposite and was really friendly and helpful. We booked a suite for our large family. The room was huge but dark, filthy and smelled like dog and in places, like vomit. The bathroom was full of mold and mildew. Trying to regulate the shower temperature was crazy, you had one turn style knob that went from off to scaulding, no in between. The light fixtures were rusting and partially detached from the wall. In the living room space, the bar stool's leather were cracked and faded like what you'd expect to find in a basement not a $200 a night suite. The flooring near the door had a giant chunk of floor missing and they had the audacity to hold $200 on my card in case of damages. Oh and breakfast was $16 if anyone actually wants to consume food from this place. We did not!

I was unhappy with the fact that after we got there (had made reservation) we discovered there was no complimentary breakfast included for overnight guests. Also, that this hotel charges to use their parking lot for overnight guests...this should be included in the room rate and if you have trouble with other tourists in the area using your lot, give the overnight guests a pass for their car interior to show they are overnight guests. Tow the others! The room was reasonably clean, however the lighting was out over the sink in the bathroom area which makes it difficult to get ready. This should be checked by housekeeping and replaced prior to room rental. Bed was hard, not comfortable. I won't stay here again.

Visited the weekend of 4th of July, hotel was extremely busy but hotel was very clean and family friendly. Would definitely reccomend the restaurant and staff was very friendly. Only a few miles from the falls but there is a trolley that runs by every hour

The rooms were nice and this hotel is very close to Niagara Falls. My only complaint is that they charged me $10.00 to park in their huge parking lot and someone tried to steal my catalytic converter while we were sleeping (they got the resonator instead, idiots). I see the hotel is investing that extra $10 into some serious security measures.

THE Niagara riverside resort was so amazing place to stay even my family welcomed this place from the Manger to the front desk there really helpful with knowledgeable customer service and beyond , DEB , ZOEY & SHAHRIKE . THE RIVERSIDE RESORT i would recommend to everyone who has family , the BREAKFAST in the morning was amazing and the view of the patio was magnificent we cant wait to go back there gain in JULY 2023 THANK YOU

My family and I were displaced from our home during the recent blizzard. It was sub zero temps and our house had no electricity or heat. My large family and 2 puppies checked in with only the few things we could grab in the dark & cold. Tybria Brundidge was so understanding, helpful & patient at check-in. As more stranded & displaced families came and we all became snowed in, Tybria & GM James Kean went above and beyond helping everyone. They made themselves available almost around the clock supplying food, responding to medical issues, offering reassurance, and helping us not feel so desperate. I cannot thank you enough!!! Y'all are rock stars.

The view is excellent with quite convenient location. It should be a good choice. However, room is not that clean, there is a stain on the floor near bedside table. From price perspective, i will pick other Best Western Hotel next time.

Nice hotel for great price! It was such a beautiful stay and it was so nice out back with the sunrise. The breakfast wasn't all that so we skipped but other people were really enjoying it. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever stayed in.

I felt like there was no Integrity practiced by staff. The staff answered my call had no responsibility and commitment to serve a guest's complaint on lost item. I checked out from Niagara Riverside “Resort” on 10/28/22, room 515. I realized i left my charger and port, worth $60 in the room i stayed. I charged the my phone that night but forgot to pack it. I have called housekeeping that same day but I was told that are closed and asked to call in the next day by 8am. I called the next day and spoke to housekeeping. The lady in housekeeping asked to call later and speak to the manager because he might know. Today, 10/24/22, i called housekeeping department again to lodge report n complaint for lost and found item. The housekeeper attended to me and said there was no lost and found. I am dissapointed to hear this, as i felt the staff on duty should pass lost and found items back to department. Couple days later, I spoke to the general manager who stated that he can't do anything without any proof.

I decided to take a mini staycation on a whim and being a local it's been FOREVER since I went and did the tourist thing in Niagara Falls… a friend of mine had stayed here for work and thought I would take her recommendation and give it a shot. SOOOO SOOOO glad that I did! The property itself is beautiful, and the staff is AWESOME! Throughly enjoyed my time here and foresee MANY staycations in my future!

My stay at this hotel was amazing!!!!! Me and my girlfriend booked a king suite with a beautiful view of the river! We had a date in the on-site restaurant, which also included a great view. They have a new menu, and the White chili is to die for! LOL! Every staff we encountered had a great attitude and they were very friendly.

Excellent property with a gorgeous view of the Niagara River! The stay was very enjoyable overall, however the beds need to be replaced as they are badly worn! If as much attention was paid to the comfort of the beds as the rest of the room it would have been perfect!

This is definitely not a resort. We had a very disappointing stay. There was no hot water in the sink. The hot water in the shower was negligible. We stayed 3 nights and the 2nd night the carbon monoxide alarm went off about 11 p.m. - all of them all over our floor! 45 minutes later a maintenance man came and disconnected them all. Ruined our night's sleep. The first night they closed the restaurant early with no warning - we were tired from driving all day and ended up with a Papa John's pizza for my birthday. Ugh. The dryer didn't work and we had to hang damp clothes all over our room. I mentioned all of this to the desk worker when I checked out and she said thanks for letting us know. I thought we should have gotten at least $100 off - really a free night was in order. I wouldn't stay here again for anything!

For being further from the falls and billing itself as a resort, this hotel really isn't worth the price. It's in a run down industrial area without much around it. The room was fine, except there were several burned out or non functional lights. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dirt and grime. The restaurant was alright, definitely not worth the prices compared to other places if you drive into the city.

Sadly, this resort looks like a place that was once very nice but is now needing a lot of work. Add in staff that seems disinterested in providing any kind of customer service and you get a bad experience. Our room was subpar and had an ant problem!

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and would rate this hotel as one of the worst. The only redeeming feature was the reception staff who are trying hard but are not backed up by their management. The front doors to the hotel have not been cleaned in a long time. The carpets in the foyer are filthy. The outdoor paths to the boat dock are covered in bird droppings. On entering our room we found the toilet was blocked. I returned to reception and asked for it to be fixed. I did this as the phone did not work. 30 minutes later maintenance arrived and proceeded to plunge the toilet. In doing so they spilled water onto the floor. This was wiped up with toilet paper only with no cleaning. I had at this time returned again to the front desk and requested another room. On leaving the room we could hear the workers saying “they got what they wanted another room” This room turned out to have a view of the car park rather than the water view we had paid for. The room itself had a door to the bathroom that would not close,a tv that did not work, and a loose toilet seat not attached to the toilet. The room itself was grotty. The air conditioning grill was partially plugged with dirt and the bathroom had body hair on the floor and in the bath drain. The room furniture was very worn and tired. The bed was in desperate need of replacement. The dispensers in the shower were empty with 3 small bottles of conditioner left as replacement. After having checked out of the hotel and left I examined my bill and noted I have been charged for 2 nights parking. I had told the staff I did not have a car. I am still waiting for a $20.00 refund. The hotel itself is located a fair distance from the attractions and I can see no justification for this charge. In summary an unpleasant stay

My partner and I stayed here for my friends vow renewal. We had a great time! The check in was a breeze and customer service was excellent (thanks Amber! ). A ten minute drive to The Falls, and many dining options. Right on the river and beautiful views from the awesome deck! We will definitely visit again!

Nice hotel on the Niagara River but I wouldn't say it was resort quality. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, the bedding was comfortable. Plenty of on-site parking, but there is a fee, (BW members have the parking fee waved). All hotels in the area charge for parking on their own property. Not close to anything, you need to drive to the Falls and shopping.

Well I stayed with Niagara by Riverside for 3nights and on day 1 noticed the corner stand lamp was leaned over the wall and the ceiling had Cobb webs and leakage black stains. Also the bath ceiling had it. I requested reception for upgrade being a Rewards member on day 2 as the previous night's big wedding party guests left, but they mentioned no rooms available. The housekeeping requested didn't vacuum the floors, change bath towels and refilled coffee for 4ppl as we stayed in 2 queen bed suite. I hope I get the reward points atleast from this stay. Also parking is $10/day even for guests which was crazy as this is the first time I had paid, even Chicago, NYC hotels don't have these kind of policy.

The hotel is decent but not worth the price. You are paying extra because it is on the river. I stayed in another hotel in this area that was similar for half the price. Both have gyms, pools, restaurants and breakfast. This one charges $15 per Person for breakfast and the other was free. The other hotel had free parking. This one charges $10 per night. The only difference is one is on the river and the other is in town. You are paying extra for the river view and that is it. Not worth the extra $150 per night. The room had no hand soap so bring your own. We booked for a family of 4 and they do not have enough towels in the room. There was a wedding party going on with noisy guest and people smoking in the parking lot.

It was not a memorable experience, the cleanliness, surrounding and amended were below the bare minimum, the Hotel requires a general renovation and I don't think I would be going back there any time soon. I do not recommend this hotel, the value is way to high for the experience.

Had a REALLY bad experience here in March. We stayed the night there as we had an early important meeting the next day and were planning to get a good sleep. Bad luck wanted that we had some really careless guests on the same level which were extremely loud and partying late into the morning hours. A request to the front desk to deal with them was rudely rejected and we were asked to call the security OURSELVES. The next morning as we were leaving early (6:30) we asked for the "breakfast to go" which is standard in many hotels, but had again to face rude personnel saying that they didn't have time for that. Personnel is overworked and not managed well so they take their frustration to the guests . All in all EXTREMELY bad hotel to stay

Highly recommend staying here. The views and food were amazing. The claims were perfect and I would highly recommend. The rooms and pool were well maintained. We had a city view but I will definitely spend a little extra for the river view next time.

The hotel is updated, nice bar, restaurant (although we didn't eat there at this stay), great out door area with fire pit and lounging area. There is an indoor pool (also didn't use) but many staying did, and it has a great view of the river. This hotel is only an 8 minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park. Parking at the hotel is $10.00 a night and parking at the park is also $10.00 a day. There aren't a lot of options on hotel choices on the USA side, this hotel is a good choice.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in with little issue. We asked for extra towels and blankets then went up to put room. Once we got to our initial room, the floors were sticky, there was souch dust and mold on the bathroom vent that it was falling into the tub, there was mold, the bathtub faucet didn't work correctly, and all the dispensers were empty. We went swimming in the meantime. (I forgot to get pictures of the first room because we were just really tired and wanted to sleep by the time we were getting done.) At the pool, there were piles of deaf bugs a few inches deep at each window. The pool water was cloudy and you could see debris floating in the water. The cement around the pool felt slimy and left slime on my clothes. (I didn't take pictures of the pool because I didn't take my phone to the pool.) When we came up, I noticed that we still hasn't gotten the extra towels or blankets. So I called down to see about getting a refill of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and also to ask about the towels and blankets. When trying to call, I noticed that the phone was just sitting on the shelf, but wasn't plugged into the wall and couldn't be used. It was just for show. Somebody answered and they put me on hold, which was fine. Just sat there on hold for about five minutes until suddenly, the line disconnects. So I called again. Same thing. Third time, I said I didn't want to be out on hold because I had been hung up on. The person who answered was rude, saying that they were busy and couldn't have anybody refill anything. But she did say that we could move rooms. I said that was fine but we would still need blankets and towels and would start to pack. Somebody other than the person who answered the phone came up to take us to the new room. The new room had a pull out bed for my daughter, but there were no sheets on it, no pillow cases in the pillows, and no blankets. We asked again for blankets. Ended up sending my daughter down for blankets. She was told that nobody could bring anything up because they're was nobody available to help. She came back upstairs and she ended up sleeping on the bare mattress since it was after 9:30pm. It was another 30 minutes or more until somebody came up. He brought sheets and towels, but we never got and blankets. Even this second room was dirty and in poor repair. I did manage to get some pictures of this room. There were crumbs under the couch, mold in the bathroom, the floor of the shower was dirty (could 'draw' lines in the scum), and there was mold all over. The tub motors also kept turning on by themselves in the middle of the night. Sure to the numerous issues with the staff, cleanliness, and general facilities, we decided to change our plans and leave a day earlier rather than stay with dirty and mold.

Stayed here 4 nights on our trip to Niagara Falls with our 12 year old grandson. The view of the river was nice from our room and for me, that's about where the 3 star ends. The entire hotel wasn't very clean. The pool area windows were FILTHY and were the home to about one thousand spiders. The outdoor area COULD be wonderful if not for the droppings of about 50 Canadian geese who have taken up residence there when not in the water. This is also the only hotel I have EVER stayed that charged $10/day to park.....SERIOUSLY????!!!! I would rate the room as generic. It served its purpose but didn't even have a microwave. They also don't refresh the rooms for "stay-overs", you have to request this with a 24 hour notice. We ate at the on-site restaurant our first night. Our grandson's pizza was acceptable. Our sandwiches were "ok" but the iced tea was obviously instant powder from a jar. The prices were outrageous.....$20 for the pizza and $17 for our sandwiches. Next time, we will stay closer to the falls.

Riverside resort is excellent - from the modern themed decor to the lovely fireplace. I hear that their whirlpool tubs in some rooms are spotless and room beautifully decorated. In my observation, main lobby is warm and inviting. Although it was a bit too small to enjoy a large party, move to the party to the outdoor bar patio area. Great view of the Niagara river. We spent lots of time in those comfy chairs during our visit! The resort restaurant team Amber are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. Hint. No cash needed, bill to room and enjoy your drinks. Maybe one day they can offer brut rosé and sell resort level desserts. We also had breakfast there the next morning. Don't miss the healthy potato dish and 3 levels of bacon. While the day front desk staff are excellent, and consummate professionals, we just adore Mrs. Sandra and Mr. Ouse, who we have met before on our previous trips. Their knowledge, kindness and generosity is second-to-none. "Thank you all for an amazing Niagara Falls family getaway. We hope to be back again soon!" Consider dropping BW name. Branding. I am sure much better than the reviews of other BW. Just a thought.

We stayed at this hotel because it had a 3 star rating and it also had a restaurant on site. The room was standard at best. The sink faucet was so hard to turn , my arthritic hands could not turn it unless i used both hands . We stayed 2 days, had coffee for one day and shower soap & shampoo for one day. I asked my husband to get one extra towel but there was none . The dock area by the river was covered with geese droppings and the cement was very uneven. We could not walk in the area for both reasons . . The restaurant was also a disappointment. We ordered the hand made mushroom pizza but there was no red sauce on it. I asked for some & was told that I could get some but it would be cold. I asked why the kitchen couldn't heat it & was told that all the burners were being used and they don't use a microwave. So it was going to be cold . We left , but we did pay for it. I would never stay at this “so called “ resort again .

Niagara Riverside Resort BW Collection is best. The river view is just awesome from the sight of the sea gulls, to the bridge to the water raft playing in the stillness of the river. Makes the sight so romantic for a couple especially when the jacuzzi is on.

Service has deteriorated from when I stayed a few years back, Receptionist didn't know if we could buy food/drink on our room and didn't tells where our room was situated so we wasted time looking for it. We travelled from the UK and didn't have a car, we told the receptionist this on arrival but she still charged all 3 rooms parking fees. When we checked out we told her about the parking fee error, she said she'd have to wait for the manager to arrive and this would be corrected - 2 weeks later and it has not. Breakfast is poor quality as was the service, the waitress just took me to a table and told my buffet breakfast was available, she then disappeared to chat with colleagues. Another waitress greeted other guests well, giving them an option to sit outside, showed them where the food was and told them what was available. Buffet breakfast had no labels on the cooked food so you have to open everyone to find out what was available. I could go on with other poor service stories, in summary - great location but poor service and food

The lobby of the hotel was remarkably clean and up to date. First thing to note is this is a pet friendly hotel and there were a lot of pets there during our stay. Rooms, at first appeared okay, but had a musty smell to them. there was a refrigerator but no microwave. Beside the bed nearest the window, there was what appeared to be either a separation or large crack in the floor that had shifted up causing a pretty good tripping hazard at the very least and possibly structural issues. Hot water was in limited supply, the toilet plugged up several times during our 2 night stay. Finally, they charge $10 per night parking. I was told it was because it was a destination location. Its Not!!!

First room hadn't been cleaned, so we were switched to a different room. The hotel has the appearance that it is trying to be modern and nice, but the hallways were dirty, there were bugs on the celling of the room we stayed in. Got to the hotel later than we wanted and when we tried to use the restaurant, we were told that someone would be by to help us, but the next person told us that it was closed, even though it wasn't 9pm yet. The kids were excited about getting to swim after a 10 hour drive that day, only to be run out of the pool at 10pm, when it says online that it closes at 11pm. There are body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower...When I took a shower, I discovered that all of them were empty after I got in. My wife looked and noticed razor covers in one of the dispensers. I was going to call the front desk, but realized that there was not cord to the phone. This was a disaster, so at that point I was just ready to get out. It should be a crime to have to pay for parking, when the lot is less than half full. This is not even walking distance to the falls, so I'm not even sure why this is a requirement. After going to the falls and seeing how dirty the town actually is, it makes me think that this hotel is just a product of its environment.

PAY for PARKING! at the hotel. WHY? it is an open parking lot. Not a secure garage. Broken items in the room. It was a nice room though. Great view of the roof of the dinning room. Cute outside sitting areas but the canopies were caving in. No one fixed the 2 nights we were there. It is a very nice hotel but staff should care more about these amenities. Also, the DO NOT DISTURB signs clearly do not work as house keeping entered our room. i asked specifically at the desk for no one to go into our room.

I travel often, I always find a good excuse to escape away and discover nice places around the world. This time the turn was for Niagara Falls. I stayed in this hotel from April 30th to May 2nd, had to calle twice before arriving because the third party vendor wrongly processed my booking, and the Front desk person verified it was corrected by them. All the Hotel staff was very professional, nice and friendly, and they really love to help, Checked in process was smooth and quickly, wake up calls where in time, cleaning staff was very friendly and professional, speaking about it, upon my arrived the rooms were impecable. well clean. The Riverview is a truly breathtaking. You can enjoy it from your room or having a nice outdoor breakfast in the deck. During my stay, when stopped by the front desk asking info about the town, they were very helpful and nice. I had trouble with my room's phone and staff employee went immediately and replaced it quickly. The front desk young lady, Ms. Tybria was very nice, helpful, very professional, she really showed her passion for give a remarkable service to the Hotel's guest, and she indeed is excellent in give you options and solutions. Ms. Tybria for me is the face of this hotel. She made our stay very pleasant and memorable. The hotel industry need more employees like her. If you plan to visit Niagara Falls, this hotel is a great choice, and the staff service is outstanding! Thank you Ms. Tybria for your service! "PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD"

This "resort" is filthy dirty motel quality and should be advertised as such! We passed the "maid" in the hallway prior to entering and she did not have a vacuum with her and the first red flag we noticed upon entering is that there was pet / human hair as well as debris all over the floor! The surfaces and room phone had so much dust piled on top of them we couldn't set any of our things down until we'd used half a canister of our own clorox wipes to clean it all up!!! The sheets on the bed were wet and had hair in them so obviously had not been changed and there was a dead fly in the other bed. After we dusted off the phone we called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room and were told there were none available which I doubt but to be fair probably wouldn't have been any cleaner after reading other people's reviews of this place. Waited 20 min and had to call again for the sheets, told them we needed 7 pillow cases and they only brought 4 so my husband had to go down to the front desk and get the other 3 as well as clean towels as the ones in the room had dust piled on them. The toilet had not been cleaned and there were ants on the floor!!!! The window had hand/paw prints on it but we didn't bring along our own windex so could not clean that. NOISE LEVEL/NO SLEEP...Apparently since we had the audacity to ask for a different room/clean linens and towels/ the moron at the front desk put on either side of us a noisy family with a baby that cried throughout the night and a noisy family with a bunch of barking dogs on the other side so..... NOT ONLY WAS THE FILTHIEST PLACE WE'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF STAYING BUT THE NOISIEST. WE PAID TO CLEAN OUR OWN ROOM AND GOT ZERO SLEEP! WHOEVER OWNS/OPERATES THIS MOTEL IS PURE SCUM AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHARGE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE IN THEIR CURRENT CONDITIONALITIES AND AT THE VERY LEAST THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON YOUR OR ANY OTHER TRAVEL WEBSITE AS A COVID CLEAN HOTEL BECAUSE IT WASN'T EVEN CLEAN FOR PRE-COVID STANDARDS. BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND QUITE HONESTLY A PUBLIC HEALTH HAZARD.

Highly disappointed. We paid $247 for the jacuzzi suite for 1 night for the first time getting a night with me and my girlfriend away from our kids in 4 years and we did not enjoy it. The jacuzzi jets after we used the jacuzzi kept turning on every 20 mins from midnight u til 6AM So unless we wanted to sleep with that loud noise we had to keep getting up to turn them off.

The elevators were not working most of the weekend which was frustrating. There was an issue with the cops being called and they approached my son without asking questions or asking for a parent. There needs to be a policy in place for this. Yes hockey families can get rowdy but there should not be wide accusing going on

Smoke detector in the room was wrapped in a plastic bag. People smoked on the floor the entire stay. The whirlpool in our suite would turn at at random times including the middle of the night at 3am. There was a poop stain on the window shade. Not enough towels, tissues, shampoo ect. There were hand prints on our head board leaving little to my imagination. I could keep going but I'll just stop here.

Arrived at hotel after staying at another hotel where the facilities were not as expected. Didn't know where to go and found hotel info on the web. As soon as we got there and explained the situation the Front desk staff went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. She was very friendly, kind, caring and professional. She turned our vacation around just by making the process easy and seemless. We appreciate her immensely. The hotel view to the river was exceptional, the ammenities great, and the staff was outstanding. We had a blast. We'll stay here again anytime. Thanks for everything!

I want to start the the 2 women that where checking me in where very nice, polite and professional however I was very disappointed with this place. 1st they charge for parking when they own a huge lot, but they don't take your truck information? I can see the parking fee for properties in large cities that don't have a big parking lot but Niagara Falls? 2nd the room we stayed in was not clean well. Looked like they just clean quickly and move on to next room or maybe the cleaner had better things to do. Shower/bathroom should never show black microbial growth any where. And last the bed was horrible! not sure how many miles this bed had but it needs to be replaced. Every time we got on or off the bed you can hear the springs popping. The worst bed i have ever slept on. I would have slept on the floor (rm 131) Sorry Best Western. I will definitely try this place again and get maybe a upgraded room or give the location a heads up i was the one who left this review. Property does look nice, the staff was great and it's not far from the Falls.

My husband and I recently took a few days off for ourselves and drove to Niagara Falls. We stayed at the Niagara Riverside Resort and everything about it was an excellent experience. Wonderful service, clean hotel and rooms (sanitized), beautiful view of the river, quiet, pet friendly, and a fun area to shop around and of course, go to the falls! We'd stay here again!

Stayed in room 509. Near elevator which was nice. No real noise from elevator but many room doors slam when shut. Room not as clean as could have been. Bed mattresses are tired and creaky making sleep less than restful. Cable wires coming out of the wall through hole that opens to the room next door!! (Photo) Could actually see the carpet in the next room through the hole. When looked in tub area, looked fine until got in to take a shower. Then a thick layer of mold visible on far side of faucet (see photo). Went to make coffee and found hair/ dust behind the tray the maker was on (shown in photo). They had buffet breakfast that was OK but might have been nicer to have options besides a vat of weak tasting syrup for the waffles you make yourself. Saw one person who was cleaning a table drop something and when she picked it up, the cleaning cloth dragged on the carpeted floor then went right back and used same cloth on a table. The place has potential to be nice but it's missing the TLC needed to make it nice.

The drain my sink was plugged and there appeared to be flying bugs coming out of the drain. I killed at least 5 of them. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower. This was a room I up graded to.

The room was dusty.. you could literally see across the desk where a swipe was made in the dust.. We stayed 3 nights. In the first night our key stopped working as well as the guest next door. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to get this resolved. We went down to purchase drinks and had to wait another 15 minutes while the only two attendants working were both working with a guest who was complaining as well. We were given a price for 3 nights and was told there would be a $100 incidental charge added. When the charge hit the bank it was $30 more than expected and when we called to question this we were told it was a $10 per night parking fee$! We were not told about this charge. What kind of place charges $180 a night for a room and then charges you $10 to park in the lot??? There needs to be more transparency in your fees. We live in a age of communication. I would not reccomend staying at this location.

The room was dated, worn and not clean. The towels were stained and yellow. I purchased towels pillows and blankets to use. Hotels in the area were all sold out. You can hear everything between the rooms. I can't speak for all rooms just the first floor.

Hideous - they hold $100 deposit for a tiny, filthy, rundown room. Also they charge $10 to park in their empty parking lot. There was a very pleasant waitress -Emily who deserves so much better than this hotel!! No servicing of the room. Shower supplies all empty. Rude front desk upon arrival and upon departure. I totally get the trouble with staffing but really, if you cannot take better care of your guests, maybe the right answer is to close the hotel.

Overall we were very happy with this hotel. The resturant inside provides a good dinner too. Glad that we stayed here for our Niagara Falls visit. Bring your ear plugs however. Doors slamming and voices in the hallway woke me up sooner than I wanted to be. There is no microwave in the room, but the refridgerator was there. No free breakfast was offered. We found breakfast on our way out of town.

Booked through work site. When we arrived my card was charged for $100 for incidentals and 5 days later I still have yet to see the credit back to my account. Made reservations online for the restaurant weeks prior only to have them call and cancel two days before (Labor Day) because they were closed. When we got up to the room it's very small. We had to spray the room because it had a old stale cigarette smell to it (and I'm a smoker and it stunk to me) we also had to kill 4, yes four big brown wolf spiders that were in our room. The beds are horrible. The “down duvets” are nasty with yellow stain and tint to them if you hold them up to the daylight. The pool looks like it has not been treated in a very long time. There is goose poop outside by the water so bad that you can't even walk in the grass (my one year old son like to sit and play and couldn't). Kids up and down the hallways at night. It was just bad. Oh and the local drug addict standing outside the 7-Eleven was a great touch to the neighborhood. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is just plain nasty. It has potential but obviously they don't care at all.

A room was ready for us when we checked in. We questioned a parking fee because the parking lot had a sign that there was a $20.00 fee for outsiders. Was told we were all set. Only to find out upon check out that there was a $10.80 parking fee per night added to our bill. Our bathroom had not been cleaned. The bath mat was dirty. The toilet was filthy and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. I think the sink had been cleaned but the plastic cups and the toiletries were sitting in water. The box of soap was all wet but the bar of soap was ok. Told front desk and they sent some one to clean the bathroom. He was very nice and was quite disgusted himself at the condition of the bathroom. There were 4 king size pillows on the bed. All 4 had queen size pillow cases on them so part of the pillow was exposed. Once again, told the front desk and they gave us the correct size pillow cases. The bed was made but it did not look professional. The comforter was all wrinkled and did not look as it should. There was some kind of dirt on the window sill. I have no idea what it was. The gentleman that cleaned the bathroom cleaned that as well. There was goose poop all over the outside of the window and a bunch of spiders. We did not have a spare roll of toilet paper or tissues. Had to get them from the front desk. One bulb over the bathroom sink was broken. They sent maintenance up with a new bulb. The door to the room would close but not latch. We had a dog barking across the hall from us for hours even though we had complained earlier.

Great property with zero management! The property was very nice but they do not offer maid service due to Covid. Very hard to find anyone working the desk. We called at 11 pm due to excessive noise problem in the hall. A large group of kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors. The parents had set chairs in the hall to watch them "play." NO ONE ANSWERED AT ALL! Every time we tried to purchase convenience items from the lobby, no one could be found. At over $300. per night, I felt they could have let us know that no cleaning or towles would be offered. Upon check out, they had added $10. Per day for parking to our bill after we were told it was no charge when we checked in. Two couples in one car =$20. per day. It was removed but be warned!!

The hotel staff in the banquet room, restaurant, room service & front desk did an exceptional job during our entire weekend stay! Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet our expectations. The bed sheets were stained, and did not smell fresh. The room smelled musty, and the A/C was old and made a loud noise the entire night. The water view rooms have an AMAZING view, but also had spiders hanging all around the outside of the windows, and the windows were not cleaned inside or outside. However, the lobby and dining are looked refurbished and very inviting. The best thing at this location was the FOOD! Delicious seafood, pasta, salad, desserts and fresh coffee! The reception rooms were big, and with beautiful views of the water!!! The banquet room staff was friendly and helpful!!

Upon checking into the room, our room had clothes from the previous guest in it. We had to kill bugs on the walls and in the bed. The pool was freezing even though it was stated it was a heated pool. The breakfast 'buffet' had 4 items and all of it was cold. We had to request our room to be cleaned again because I felt it wasn't actually cleaned.

Rooms were not cleaned and outdated. The filters of the A/C were all dirty; I had to clean it because the A/C was not working well. It looks like the carpets underneath the bed have not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time. They also claimed that follow strict guidance with CDC recommendations for COVID, and that employees use PPE, but only 2 of them were using masks. I do not recommend this hotel. Finally, I was disappointed about the breakfast; I would have a better breakfast at McDonalds for a cheaper price.

This property is located right in the river with nice outdoor dining and lounging space. The food and service were really good too. The rooms were decent size and comfy beds but there is no daily maid service, the rooms are not vacuumed properly if at all, and we would not have stayed after changing rooms twice due to lack of cleanliness but the city was sold out

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is near shopping, and plenty of places to eat. The pool area is large and there are tables to families to sit and eat. The outdoor seating by the river is great for relaxing and socializing.

Quick book to replace another hotel. Last minute room selection but clean. Walls thin so we enjoyed the midnight gathering of our neighbors. If you want to eat at the onsite restaurant, make a reservation early. Place fills up quickly. Pool was nice - nothing fancy.

micro wave by pepsi machine near front desk. Coffee pot broken and desk girl didn't know if more were avail. Spoke to maintenance the next day and he said they just got a new shipment of coffee makers. 3 years ago the left elevator was broken and trapped 3 people inside. 3 yrs later and the damn thing is still broken. Full house and only 1 lift works. Fri night and only 1 waitress on duty. Waited 45 min, finally went to bar area for 2 drinks and the bar tender took our order. Hostess gave us a short menu but the bar tender gave us another. Food was terrible and we waited another 1/2 hr to get it. Hostess could have been helping out, but she was too busy bs-ing with friends to help the staff. Only 5 tables had anyone seated. This place is a joke. GUESS WHAT, MY DEPARTMENT BOOKED THIS DUMP IN TWO YEARS. Wife and I won't be making that trip.

Our room was very clean & comfy with an amazing river view! The hotel was about a 10 minute ride to the falls and park. You can't walk to it. We did experience a few problems... one of the elevators were out, and all the guests had to depend on the other elevator with a limit of 4 people per elevator, the hotel also ran out of toilet paper and extra towels... and the lobby store was out of most drinks and snacks & we couldn't connect to the internet... but all that really didn't effect the fun we had or our vacation - but I hope they resolve those issues in the future. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again... the rooms and view made up for the inconveniences

The only problem was one elevator in a hotel that room FOREVER and the jacuzzi tubs either didn't work at all or wouldn't shut off. The staff was wonderful and Roxanna at the front desk was a life saver; she went WAY above and beyond for me and my bridal party.

I've stayed at this property before and I had to write this, your front desk manager is absolutely the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She takes no regards in the guest feelings or situations. I asked if I could please deal with someone else as a young gentleman was also behind the desk and she refused and told me to leave the property “or else”. When I asked what she was referring to her response was “keep testing me and find out”. Please stay away from this hotel. I know myself and my business colleagues will not be back as long as Roxanne (i think that's her name) is there. Shame on you Best Western.

Working for a private jet airline thought this place was perfect. Very close to the Niagara Falls airport. Great rates and friendly staff. Both times we stayed we were upgraded to river view rooms for no extra cost. Very clean hotel and will definitely be staying here in the future.

Accurate pricing was not communicated while booking on the phone. I asked what the price would be for two adults and two dogs. I was quoted $106 for the room with 2 adults and 2 dogs. Additionally, the walls are thin enough to the point i could hear the conversation in the next room, they didn't seem to be speaking loudly. I felt i needed to whisper so my conversation would not be heard. The only reason for two stars is the room was clean and there was a place available for my dogs to run and poop bags available to use.

To start off, there were some things that were really nice. The hotel's restaurant had great food, the waitress was very kind and helpful with choosing a beverage, they are good with COVID restrictions and its location was close to many food places, the outlet, the falls, and other spots. The bed was comfy and big. The things that were disappointing were for one, the view was beautiful but we did also have a view of the A/C unit right in the middle of it so that was kinda annoying. One of the lights didn't work in the room, the bathroom was really small. The sink and mirror are on the outside so it's just a small toilet and bathtub. The fridge was unplugged, and we weren't told,so we had to wait like the whole first day for it to get cold and be able to put the food in once we found the cord. I'm not sure if the housekeepers disinfect the rooms so we took it upon ourselves to do so. We had to go to the front desk 2 or 3 times because the keys kept locking us out when we were gone all day. Not a big deal, just inconvenient. Overall it was a nice but could use a little revamping.

Everyone at the BW was wonderful. Our wedding was perfect thanks to Teresa and Kevin. Our room was spacious and cozy. We have zero regrets. We did not get to use the jetted tub in our room. The view was spectacular. Highly recommend.

Our room had a river view which was spectacular. The hotel and room was clean and social distancing was maintained. It was a 20 min drive to the falls parking lot which was further than we wanted but acceptable. My issue was I left a small bag of personal items in the room. I called three times to the Front Desk and left two messages for the Housekeeping Staff as directed by the Front Desk. No response after 1 1/2 weeks. My travel friend recommended I email the Hotel Manager. After one day, I had a call and email from two Hotel Senior Staff persons. One Senior Staff person located the bag. I received the bag about a month later. If I had not emailed the Hotel Manager I never would have gotten my belongings back. This is not acceptable.

Booked a trip with the family (wife, two kids ages seven and four). We arrived earlier than check-in time, the resort was reasonable enough to give us a room for early check-in however this room was not up to par (see pictures attached). The carpet was dirty and worn (nails showing at the transition which poses a safety hazard), hairs on one of the beds, none of the pillows had pillow protector which was very concerning to me and my family, the toilet was not cleaned or disinfected (gross), the entry floor was dirty and the room smelled like mold and old. Since they are not doing daily cleaning I guess people are just leaving the trash and toilet terry/linen outside their units which makes the hall smelled musty, and also looks very unsanitary. we came down to get a different room, the lady at the desk was nice and told us that she will give us a different room when it becomes available. about 20 minutes later we got our new room which was a lot better and cleaner however it lacked pillow protectors as well and the mattress had a very large urine stain (we didn't notice until the departure date when we removed the sheets)

My mom and I stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. We requested a room with a river view and got a parking lot view. There was no microwave in our room. We had very little hot water so my mom ended up with a cold shower. There was no free breakfast offered or at least offered a voucher for a discount on breakfast at the restaurant. My mom was overcharged almost 40 dollars but they did resolve that. I also think its ridiculous that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. We have been to several different hotels in the past and never ever had to pay for parking. Won't be back.

If I could not give a star I would. First they had us sit for 45min trying to figure out were to put us since they double booked the river view room and didnt tell us. While we were waiting they told us we had to wait for it to be inspected. Then once we finally got our room we went up to it, it was not river veiw.... In fact our veiw was of an air condition unit on the roof. When we went back to the desk they asked us if we had upgraded our booking,like we changed the room type. Once I confirmed we didnt then they informed us that the river view room was booked so they upgraded us without telling us. We were upgraded to a view of a AC unit.I also called when I got the area around 9am to see we could check in, I was told not until 11am. We booked our room 3 months in advance. And they have it away. So if you want a nice stress free trip, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going to this hotel.

From the friendly greeting when you walk in- to the immaculately clean rooms, this was definitely the right choice. The hotel lobby and corridors are clean and well kept. The star is helpful and friendly and the rooms are good sized for s tourist area. Situated in the river, you can get a river view room for a few dollars more! They are covid19 compliant and have masks worn, plexus shielding up, and social distancing signage all over. Things to know: there was no microwave in our room, and the pillows are SUPER SOFT!

We have stayed at this hotel at least six times in the past five years. We travel from Pittsburgh , PA to Saratoga Springs NY to visit family. We travel a good 30 minutes off 90 to stay at your hotel. We at least we did until Sunday July 26. On our way home from Saratoga we decided to stop at our favorite hotel. Everything was going great we checked in and we get to our room. I look at the thermostat and it was registering 71 degrees but it was set to 64. We waited it out for a about 20 minutes my wife got my son into the big jacuzzi tub life was great. I mentioned to my wife that its not getting cooler. So my wife went to call down to the first desk. Well the phone was not plugged in and it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in quite sometime. Then wife walked around to the other side of the bed and there were french fries along the inside of the bed frame. So I went down to the lobby. The gentleman promptly apologized and found us another room. When we moved to that room we look around the room the there was trash in the trash can and the soap was opened and used. It almost seemed as the room was used but not cleaned. So my wife took my son down to the lobby and once again got another room. By the time time we got to the third room we were fed up and just wanted to relax. However we were so grossed out at the lack of sanitary that we have encounter. Not to mentioned the overwhelming smell of an air freshener that was not pleasing at all. I spoke with the front desk guy the next day. He apologized and offer a 20% discount. Which at the point I just wanted out of the hotel. Its a shame that this awesome hotel has went downhill so fast after only six months of new ownership. I really wish the hotel management would of reached out to me especially since we had to change room three times.

First the good, nice comforters, lovely view, the fact that my room was a gift so I didnt waste my money here. Now the bad, fixtures in room missing bulbs;not enough towels for registered guests;rushed through check in; staff not practicing social distancing; feces inbedded in texture of wall paper in bathroom (right hand side); we caught the pool attendant sleeping on the job; staff doesn't follow CDC COVID 19 regulations and then blames guests; rude racist staff, stalked us through lobby screaming at us, threatening us, making my children cry in fear; manager feels she is above wearing a mask; waiter in restaurant could not tell us what beverages they offered as the one on the menu was out of stock. Will never be back here, and we travel to this area often. Stayed 7/24-7/26/2020 room 520. Had to rate at least 1 to leave a review, not my choice, my choice is zero.

After being turned away by two other Four Points by Sheraton hotels in Niagara, we were dismayed on arrival to find we were booked into this hotel about 20 minutes away from the main Canadian Niagara Falls attractions. Desmond on reception greeted us warmly and allocated us a lovely river view room on the 4th floor. Most other restaurants around were closed as out of season so we used the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Both really good value for money and the homemade pizzas were large enough to share! If we hadn't had a rental car we would have been very disappointed at the location of this hotel. However if you were staying on the US side of Niagara then a great little find although we ended up paying a toll to go into Canada each day. We had an ice making machine located next to our room and could hear ice being made all night- we reported it to reception the next day and apparently someone had played around with the timer as it should have been off during the night and was sorted. Good value hotel, exceptional restaurant and if location for the Falls isn't important then we would recommend.
