    « Amazing Rooms »

Oh my goodness the rooms are gorgeous. We were a small tour group and got to see many of the rooms, they are all very different. Be warned however, there are a lot of stairs to get to most of the rooms. The rooms are beautifully appointed with large bathrooms / most seem to have spa bath. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fairly ordinary though. Never seemed to be anything left when I went up, others has slightly more luck, but weren't all that happy with the food either. A 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, easy to get around and the locals are all so friendly.

« Lovely hotel but lots of steps »

This was a delightful hotel with friendly helpful staff however there were a couple of us with only one person to assist with the luggage. The stairs were a nightmare as the lift allows limited access. In spite of this we had a lovely time. Dinner and breakfast was delicious with a wide selection and certainly better than many hotels we encountered on our 2 week trip through Turkey. The pool and sauna facilities are pristine however charged extra for. Some rooms were spacious with a 'cave' feel whereas mine felt like a standard hotel room with shower only and on a noisy side. Still recommend.

    « Great Hotel & friendly staff »

I spent two days stay at BWP Hotel. It is a great hotel where I could imagined I was back to Stone Age era living like The Flintstones. The design of the hotel is so classical and each rooms has their own unique designs. We were so excited visiting each others rooms and really amazed by the designs. There is a lovely cat that catches everyone's eyes at the hotel. A good model to take photo with. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly and polite. They will try to help you whenever you need assistant. I highly recommend this hotel and will revisit in my future trip to Cappadocia

« Good Hotel and nicely designed hotel »

We stayed in hotel for 2 nights. Were eagerly awaiting before check-in to find out what a cave hotel means and were not dis-appointed. Hotel is nicely designed with rooms actually giving cave feeling. Not recommended for people of old age though with multiple staircases and room also being on different levels. Hotel staff were also friendly. Biggest letdown was the restaurant and staff there. Choice & variety of menu as well as food was atrocious. Restaurant staff were always in hurry to close even 30 min before the actual closure. Rating of the hotel has come down only on account of the experience at the restuarant.

    « Wonderfully nice »

As part of a 9 days 7 nights Turkey tour , we stayed 2 nights here. It is really a cave hotel as it is dug into the hill. Most of the good hotels here seem to be of this type. The room is spacious with a jacuzzi inside! This hotel has 4 levels. However the lift goes up till level 2 only. So if one is physically challenged please be aware of this. Had buffet breakfast and dinner. The spread is good.

« A quirky hotel built into the side of the hill. »

Like most hotels in the area this is built into side of a hill, the rear part of the hotel is built in to a cave. Our room was at the back of the hotel, and it was like living in a cave. with that that said, the room was excellent. We had a large room that came with a bath/jacuzzi, and was very nicely furnished. The hotel is like a little rabbit warren to get around, there is a lift but i wouldn't recommend some of the rooms if you are old or infirm as you do have to do some walking to get there. We only had breakfast there as it is only a 5/10min walk downhill into town, the breakfast was ok. A traditional Turkish breakfast, it was filling and set us up for the day. But for lunch and dinner we went into the local towns as they had a large selection of restaurants.

« Extraordinary Architecture, Beautiful Interiror »

We traveled for about 16-17 hours to get there, that too in a minor thunderstorm, but it was all worth it. The hotel was incredibly beautiful with an extraordinary interior. It's also pretty close to a small market area that has some great cafes. The room was spacious and clean, however, it was a bit too dark. I understand that they are trying to create a cave like scene, but it was almost impossible to put on makeup in front of the bathroom mirror. The service was also pretty great. The staff understood English and was very competent. The food, however, was fine. Their breakfast spread was average but their hot chocolate definitely won me over. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit Cappadocia

    « Ridiculous architecture »

Been told that this hotel is a cave hotel. It will absolutely not as good as other hotel which is landed building. Imagine, the hotel with dull lighting, spider web at their corner, dusty everywhere, room too hot or too cold and worse part is insect inside my room..... Nahhh that is not even closed at all. This is what we called Turkish hospitality in Land of Beautiful Horses Cappadocia. The name itself is Best Western Premier... and you should know how the room will look like. Mine one was awesome. with Jacuzzi and spacious area at the entrance. Each room will definitely with different pattern. But all with same amenities. Most of the room without air conditioned. One of my boss about to complain upon check-in time. But you know what this hotel have a very good reason why they don't provide air conditioned in those room... its freezing at night and not that hot by day. Good quality sleep here. The hotel is not 100% in a cave and this is better as you still can enjoy sunlight. Good amenities and very organised staff who arrange speedy check-in and housekeeping. The staff are very helpful and good attitude. Nothing to say about the choices of the meals served as this is Cappadocia area. walking distance to Urgup town. nightlife here is not boring at all. there is a night club and disco here too while open air pub open every night till midnight. This is a small hotel but yet can accommodate many at one time. Its famous with Asian tourist. I love to say this is actually a boutique style hotel. and wanted to be here again in future.

« Lovely Hotel - Food not so much »

I really loved staying in this hotel. I got a nice big room with a balcony. The staff was super helpful. The Nargile(sheesha) was super awesome both the times I had it. The only down side was the food was not so great and that we had to pay for the indoor pool, gym, sauna, Steam room and Hamam(in one package of $15, but got 10% discount) But the cafe on the 1st floor is awesome. Just loved sitting there. The internet was also good. Would love another trip there

    « 2 days tour in Cappadocia »

The Hotel is nice and staff are helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the massage and the Turkish bath. The food is average with not so many choices. The rooms are good quality but need some ventilation every day to change the smell. This is a cave hotel, so you need to expect a cave atmosphere. Wish them all the of luck.

    « awesome »

being a hotelier in a 5* hotel industry. yes its not perfect. but, base on rate? it is way above the standard. its quite, safe for a solo traveler like me. complete amenities, clean, staff are polite, friendly and helpful. best cave hotel experience in cappadocia. this place is highly recommended!!

    « terrible experience »

one the worst hotels i have been to rooms have a very damp smell very understaffed food was not good at all and the hotel is not willing to help guests on their requests we occupied nine rooms at this hotel and even still not willing to help first hotel i have been to that charges to use the swimming pool rooms were not made up very bad experience i will not recommend this hotel

« just renovated peaceful accommodation »

I've been there for 4 nights in May and in frankly it made me feel real cave room experience in all its parts. I had some doubts about it, as it is just renovated and it may have been some negative points and it is accepted for this kind of hotels but they really covered it with their good hospitality with all of the staff. The room, no words other than being georgus with it fireplace, king size bed, decoration, pillows, bathroom with Turkish bath style heater system under the floor. They need to develop the breakfast variety; They can enrich it with more Turkish baked products. Also I would like to state that as refreshing the drinking water is already a Best Western management policy, (I have been four BW hotels) also in room leaflet, it is indicated every day 2 bottle of water and coffee-tea bags are refreshed as complimentary not only in Turkish but also in English statement; Nevertheless, they do not have information, I know they gonna correct it in soonest. Apart from this, everything is perfect. thank you for everything.

    « A Perfect Breath For Ürgüp »

The area has lovely properties and to come in with new ideas is challenging. But BW Premier Cappadocia has done its homework. The hotel in itself is lovely. A closed club feeling you get the moment you step in. The personnel are extra friendly and helpful. The hotel is like a new born baby everything is in full function and you have the touch of luxury with extra privacy. I stayed here with my family and it was a great lovely experience in every sense.
