Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn

I don't advise going to this hotel; it's dirty, and I've encountered several cockroaches in the bathroom. Furthermore, I reported it to the reception, but it seems like they don't care much about the situation. Besides paying $230, the service is very poor.

The first room I was given the toilet didn't flush and also contained urine, which the bathroom also smelled like. Then the manager on duty did not believe me that this was so. He did not argue much and gave us a different room. He did "show" us to the room, but pretty much run walked there. I'm not running to keep up with someone "showing" me a room. He was short and unapologetic for the circumstances but made sure everything worked and left. I didn't notice right away that the bathroom fan was broken, as usual in hotels now, and I later found wrappers hidden under things in the room. We paid for 2 days and cut our trip short because of this experience. I would rather drive over 4 hours at night than stay at this hotel, so I did. I will make sure to look for other hotel chains.

The customer service is terrible. The man that checked us in slammed our card on the counter even though I gave it to him in his hand. He was rude and unfriendly. I asked if there were towels in the room for tonight and tomorrow. He said you can get more tomorrow. I guess I'm supposed to come out in my pajamas to get more towels. They are not helpful if you have issues. The room is not clean, carpet stained and the tub drains extremely slow when you try to shower. We had an issue with the toilet flushing, it's a push flush. When we called the front desk, he said we broke it because it was fine when they inspected it. They knocked on the door and left a plunger. They didn't come and assess the problem. I do not recommend this hotel. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hotel. Calling customer service was not helpful either.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was gross. The tub needed a good scrubbing. We also found an obviously used, yellowing, towel behind the hair dryer bag on the bathroom shelf. It had been there awhile. The website stated they had rollaway beds. When my husband asked the front desk, they said they did not have those. Then later they said they were only for king rooms. Breakfast was ok. The food was edible, but the selection was not that great. Eggs, bacon/sausage were fine, but they had one waffle maker that takes forever. The dining room is very small so if you wait for a waffle, you are in everyone's way. Fresh fruit was apples and oranges. No granola bars or muffins that I saw. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that had a much better spread for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The location is a little shady though. The beds are not comfortable. I actually woke up in the middle of the night with my back hurting and I don't have any back issues.

I know some of the reviews can be misleading. I know for sure because I was kind of unsure about booking with this place. 5hr 30 minutes later…I completely changed my mind. The hotel is located in a fairly good location. The doors are inside, so you don't have to worry about other people. The room was tidy and very clean. Breakfast was good. I felt fairly safe. Stayed for 3 days! Service was great also. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Nashville. Price was reasonable despite the higher prices downtown. Oh and 10 Minutes from downtown! I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a good spot to stop at as we were traveling. It was clean and comfortable. We had a king bedroom and it was very spacious. There were a couple of restaurants right next door so we didn't have to get in the car again to find dinner. We would stay there again.

We did not realise that this hotel is not in the best of areas. When we entered the room, we saw many stains on the carpet and the vent of the air conditioner was completely broken. The pillows ended up being like laying on folded towels. But the check in was easy and the breakfast was very good.

I am an elite member, and had to essentially beg for an hour later checkout as I had an evening flight. The room smelled like mold. The AC/heater was filled with dust, and the carpet was stained. The bathroom was filthy, from the floor to the broken fan filled with dust. The fridge froze my food. This property should be downgraded to a base BW but definitely is not a BW Plus. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked. That is all I can say about it.

Filthy bathrooms carpeting lamps hallways. The only staff that was friendly was the serving staff. When asked to clean our room we got attitude. I have been a member for many years and I am sorry to say I won't be staying in a Best Western again.

Breakfast every morning was great, coffee available all the time, we stayed her for 4 days and had a lovely experience. Lovely pool outside, which was not crowded and was clean. We had no issues with the rooms, staff were lovely, I would stay here again

Great location for airport and downtown areas. Ubers vary between $7-18 depending on time of day/night. It is on a bus route but we didn't trial the buses. Great pool area, very refreshing and rooms were a little small but adequate, could so with a little updating in areas. The breakfast was very good and huge thanks to Valerie for looking after us. She went above and beyond to ensure our mornings were truly special, Thank you Valerie.

Stains on the carpet and chairs in the room. Dust on the dresser the TV sat on which means it was not cleaned. Coffee cup spot on the desk from previous person's. Ac barely worked on the floors so it was very hot getting to the room. The ice maker nor the vending machine worked on our floor. Had to ride the hot elevator down to the first floor for anything to drink. Only plus was the beds seemed clean.

We stopped in at this hotel as we passed through the area. Hotel was reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good! I know this changes from shift to shift, but found the front desk staff to be less than friendly or helpful.

We were disappointed in the location ( kind of shady area) and the room. The bathroom smelled horrible like sewage. The shower curtain had some gross stains on it which I had them promptly replace. The room doors have huge gaps at the bottom that let in a ton of light and noise into the rooms. The service at the front seat and at breakfast was great (decent breakfast too). However the cleaning staff was very loud in the hallways -so much that we couldn't sleep in the morning. We got a great rate through Priceline, but this just reinforced that “You get what you pay for”. I would have rather paid $30-40 a night more for a cleaner, higher end place in a better area.

We stayed on night while traveling from Florida to Michigan. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Flippo managed the breakfast well and played wonderful music in the breakfast area. We would stay there again.

Great breakfast buffet. Your staff person Felippo (man in his 50s) was on top of it all with great pride and efficiency. He really seemed to care which is exceptional and unusual in this post-covid era of employees. Management should single him out for the his positive attitude and the care he gives. This BW location is very lucky to have him in charge of your excellent breakfast presentation. THANK YOU!

Our room had comfortable beds & was quiet; convenient, nice breakfast and a good value. We just needed a room for the night as we were driving through after Christmas. The staff was very friendly. The place was easy to find and very close to Interstate 24.

Usually BW are at least clean, even if service is not the top of the mark. Unfortunately the room we had was not cleaned. We got there at 1am, had to wake at 4am so we stripped the beds and put our cloths back on to slept in. Actual snot/buggers on the sheets, bed cover, pillows, and even the wall. Why didn't we change rooms? Time...we'd have to shave another hour or so off to change rooms with the speed of the mid-night front counter. And I was not convinced the next one would be better.

The central location is what makes this hotel stand out. The staff is extremely courteous, the hotel rooms are spacious and furnished according to the standard. The breakfast buffet is excellent, clean and extensive. I can recommend this hotel with good heart.

My family and I stopped in at this hotel while driving through the Nashville area. It's in close proximity to I-40. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, price was great !Would definitely recommend.

4 miles or so from Vanderbilt and therefor is more economical than closer hotels!.. a good refurbished hotel with elevators, breakfast, comfortable beds and all the necessaries including good WIFI , good tv, and friendly staff..

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything smelled clean! The hotel was convenient to downtown, and we were able to Uber to the theater (TPAC) for around $10 The absolute only thing that was a negative about this hotel is the surrounding area. It's not an area I would walk about in at night.

The crew was helpful providing us with the room early, before the official check in time. There was a free parking opportunity by the river, which we used. Breakfast was OK, water in the pool was too cold.

We have been traveling A LOT. This place was a gem -- a great find! The check in was easy. It was close to downtown Nashville without the expense of paid parking. The breakfast is hot and delicious every morning. The attendance in the breakfast room is named FLIPPO. He plays the best morning music to set the stage for a great day. Everyone at the front desk was personable and helpful. We met many guests here from Around the World! Many foreigners chose this hotel. They must have done their homework and read how awesome this hotel is. Safe, clean, close to downtown. It was a perfect stay for us!

Stayed here for 3 nights on our motorcycle trip / visit. Excellent facility. Friendly staff. Flippo (the breakfast manager) is awesome. He will take care of you and make sure all of your requests are met. The room was nice, quiet and spacious enough for my wife and I. Our motorcycles were safe the entire time of the stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visiting Nashville with a friend, this was the perfect stay avoiding the extortionate prices downtown. Lyft / Uber out around $10 out and home $20. Safe, comfortable basic stay. All staff polite and handy pizza place next door too. Free parking outside and easy to get onto main roads for exploring. We had no complaints. Breakfast was simple and tasty. I'd definitely stay again.

My advice is to avoid ALL Best Westerns. We had a family emergency and had to cancel our room. We called the 1-800 # explained the situation and a ticket was put in for the cancellation. We were charged for one night because we were considered a "no show" because Best Western's systems had a glitch and the ticket didn't process properly. We received a call saying we were going to be charged one night regardless because the system didn't allow a reversal of the charge. My wife and I are both IT professionals and know that this is not true. Horrible service...

This hotel was very clean and very well run. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect as it's only about a ten minute drive, off peak, from the centre of town. The breakfast was good and made better by the music that was playing making it a very friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.

We booked three rooms with this hotel based on pictures from the hotel website. Seem to be a clean, above average hotel. Do not be deceived!! For starters, they have bedbugs. I got bit and came home with 40+ bedbug bites. Had to make a trip to the doctor and get prescription strength anti-itch cream. So I showed the hotel manager the numerous bites on my arms and legs, I took pictures and also captured one of the bedbugs in a plastic cup and took it down to the front desk to show him. He was in denial and said they weren't bedbugs-he didn't know what they were but he would contact his exterminator. He offered a $70 credit. Seriously? I itched for five days and ended up making a trip to the doctor, had to fill a prescription and you only offer $70 credit? I contacted Best Western corporate and they were not willing to do anything about it; told me it was at the discretion of the hotel. The rooms were dirty… Hair and dirt in the bathroom corners, feces on the toilet, stained and sticky carpet, grease on the valance. This hotel is also located in the hood, across the street from apartment apartment complex, bus stop outside in homeless camp one block away. There is an abandoned building outback with a chain-link fence around it and barbed wire fence on top of that. Our first night, we heard gunshots at 4 AM. That should tell you something! I have since read numerous reviews of bedbugs and uncleanliness at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Staff unfriendly, stained carpets, saw cockroach. Smells like someone cooking on our floor. Staff never said thank you or even acknowledged us checking in or leaving. Not up to standards of other BW Plus Hotels we stayed at this trip.

Great experience at this hotel/motel. Stayed 5 nights and was very pleased with the housekeeping. Room was timely refreshed every day. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even the parking lot was diligently cleaned each day. The cream of the crop is gentleman who runs the excellent hot breakfast buffet. He was extremely pleasant, the room was spotless, there was light rock and roll music and everything was kept well stocked. He was the face of the motel and represented very well. Kudos!

I booked two rooms via Booking.com at “Best Western Franklin” of 1308 Murfreesboro Road, Franklin, TN 37064. Because the street names “Murfreesboro” were the same, I and my family arrived at "Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn" of 825 Murfreesboro Pike, South Nashville, TN 37217 by mistake on August 26, 2022! The manager could not find our booking in his computer system and called Booking.com. After the call, he checked us in and charged almost double the rates, knowing the facts that we booked a nearby “Best Western” and were liable to pay the full rates for non-attendance!

This is a clean and resonable hotel that has a great location to many attractions including the Opry. The breakfast was a real breakfast that was attended by a very pleasant gentleman ready to assist you. We will stay here again.

This hotel earned 4 out of 5 stars because of the service of the man in charge of the breakfast. Such a kind man. He asked us if we needed water, and went got us some. He cleared our plates. Asked us if we needed anything from else, and played great selections of old time music. It was clear that this man enjoys his job. We felt welcomed. And breakfast was decent. The hotel rooms themselves are average. Comfortable beds. Nothing fancy. It is a safe and comfortable place to sleep at night.

rude and obnoxious during our entire stay. The owner/manager came into our room and took pictures while we were away, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door. I have read other reviews where guests have mentioned that they go into your room while you are out. Some even mentioned items missing. We didn't find out that they entered the room until we were leaving. My partner was extremely offended by this and spoke with the owner/ manager about it. He literally used foul and obscene language toward us and the hotel staff turned into a gang of mob mentality, ushering us out! We took pictures of the incident and BW corporate will be getting a call about this. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Our stay at Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn was a very plesant stay. Staff was pleasnant and helpful. The hot breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. Loved the retro nusic during breakfast. Room was comfortable and the hotel was easy to get to.

This is a very good hotel. I have used it for years. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Clean room. Very good outdoor pool. I love staying here. I will from my heart recomande this hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean. Less expensive than other places. We just needed an overnight stay so it was fine. Wouldn't choose here for an extended stay. We were just passing through. Rougher part of town though. Take all ur belongings out of car overnight.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. Many food choices for breakfast. Lots of different places to eat within walking distance of hotel. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds... Gonna stay there again when I return.

This is a place for business and contractors, NOT family. The constant smell of pot in and outside this hotel is overpowering. The neighborhood is noticeably sketchy. A man walked in off the street and headed directly to the breakfast area only to be asked to leave. The staff acted as if this is a common occurrence. As I got off the elevator, which is hidden from the front desk, a barely dressed prostitute, seriously - no doubt, got in and when up. She had to walk past the front desk. What? The staff was friendly enough, rooms clean enough, and yes, it is close to many Nashville sites but so too are a hundred other hotels. This IS NOT a family hotel. Be careful here.

This motel is located a 10 minute drive from the airport, a 10 minute drive or Uber ride from downtown and only a 3 minute drive from Lane Motor Museum. Parking is free and easy. A lot of restaurants are within a 5 minute drive, although some of them are only open for lunch. The front desk is open 24/7. My room was large. It was in a good but not in a perfect condition. The night was quiet. Breakfast was included. The price I paid was very reasonable.

This hotel was ok but not outstanding. Location is very convenient for getting to museums, etc. It was clean and safe enough for us to stay but we won't go back. The rooms need a deep clean. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of eggs 2 of the 3 days. Staff was polite. A lot of workmen stayed there but it was quiet.

Stayed for a quick overnight due to a hospital surgery the next day and check in was super easy, the rooms were very clean and nice, the breakfast was super. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This place is almost a direct shot to Bridgestone arena parking which works well to get to Broadway bars - no need to get on the freeway at all! Close too! The guy working breakfast in the morning is amazing! So pleasant and clears your plates immediately. Offers cold water. So attentive. The rooms are fine. The hotel smells good - plug ins everywhere. The parking lot is very well lit. They let us check in early after driving all night to get there! Til Five pizza is right in front of the hotel which was a decent option when we just wanted food in the room. Pool wasn't open when we were there but looked nice. Would stay here again.

When I checked in at the front desk the man working was not welcoming at all. He also told me the wrong checkout time. Luckily I asked again when another employee was working or other wise I would have been charged for another day. The first room I was assigned recked of marijuana and had black hairs on the bed. I went back downstairs and requested another room and of course the man at the desk was annoyed. My second room smelled better however there were stains all over the carpet and still some black hairs on the bed. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast. But I would not stay here again. I'm also a travel nurse that works nightshift and I can normally sleep through a lot. However they were cleaning the room next door and the cleaning lady kept letting the door slam repeatedly for an hour or so which kept me. I'm not one to normally say complain but I almost went over there and said something cause it was ridiculously loud.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was being refreshed up until it was closing. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Great stay. Would consider staying there again in the future.

Good location but hotel is starting to show wear and tear. Pizza restaurant next store is awesome. Friendly staff. Does allow late check-gets you an extra hour. Good breakfast selections-eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles.

I called to get quotes for a one night stay and made sure to ask if it was a NO Smoking property and they assured me it was! I have COPD and do not need to be around smoke. I called back the next day to make reservations and again asked if it was no smoking and they said yes. We checked in and went to the room and as soon as we walk in we smelled some kind of spray they sprayed to mask the smell in the room. We were not there 10 min and started to smell smoke and had to smell it all night, along with marijuana smoke. And someone fighting in the next room. Walls are thin. Also asked for a 5:30 am wake up and they called at 6:20 am making us late to our show. Also gas station across the street is a hangout for some seedy looking people we stopped for gas and some of them were high on something acting crazy. My husband was approached in the motel parking lot the morning we were leaving and asked for money and the guy did not leave so he must have permission to stay in parking lot and approach guests. Will not be staying here again.

When I come to Nashville I always stay at this Best Western. The staff is always freindly and I never have any issues . I would recomend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Nashville area. You will not be disappointed.

Room was pretty dirty we weren't sure but we assumed it had not been cleaned but trash in bathroom can and beds had been made but when folded down, there was hair and a kleenex from previous people. We slept on top with our own blankets. Deadbolt was broke, they couldn't fix so they took the plate off. Debris and dirt on the bathroom floor bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned. We were tired after our 8 Hour Dr. so we did not report it we just cleaned as we could. Lots of homeless people right in front of the hotel kind of dirty area but distance from downtown is pretty good. Breakfast was great and the lady that set it up every day kept it clean and hot. Not sure I would stay there again in that location.

This was a good place to stay to use our Nashville All City Pass. It was easy to get to the Ryman, the Grand Ole Opry and other points of interest. Our longest trip was an easy 30 minute drive to Belle Meade Plantation.The hotel staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was well done every day.

I came to Nashville to celebrate TSU‘s homecoming with some friends and our second day we went out to brunch. I took some cash out so I wouldn't have to use my card for a small meal, and when we returned to the hotel the remaining money in my wallet was missing. I went to the front desk and the manager was extra rude, falsely displayed camera footage claiming it was my room and Once confronted, blamed me for anything missing in my room. I called the police and filed a report. it also reeks of mildew throughout the entire hotel. Keep your money, stay elsewhere.

This hotel was absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Room was not cleaned at all. Front desk was awful. Shower did not work and had hair and soap scum all over it. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We are frequent flyers of best western plus hotels and this was no where near a best western plus. Unfortunately our normal best western plus in Nashville (airport one) was booked so we regretfully booked this cesspool of a hotel. Will never ever return

This was my first trip to the area. I parked out back with a trailer but after noticing the Concertina wire along the top of the privacy fence around the parking lot kind of unnerved me. Moved the vehicle to the front parking lot and observed a man using the facilities partially hidden from the road but not really.

do not stay here if you like to have a clean room. our bathtub was so dirty it was black. there was food in the refrigerator. smelled like smoke and I don't want ever want to stay at hotel like that again

We ask to move they agreed to move us the next day. The next day came and they would not move us. They had forgot. The 3rd day of our stay they moved us. But that room had the same smell. I mentioned maybe it was shower curtains but they did nothing. We were also over charged but the manager would not adjust the cost he said talk to corporate. He was a jerk about it!

This hotel requires some updating. Our king room was average as the carpet needed cleaning as well as the inside of the windows. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast items were plentiful and well stocked. Unfortunately, there were ceiling tiles missing in the dining area with exposed duct work exposed which had droplets of condensation fall onto our table. We would have moved, but seating was taken on a busy weekend morning. This hotel is pricey for ring and average and being dirty.

Would not stay at this hotel again, was very dirty.and the manager and owner was not accommodating just gave excuses for why it was dirty. Complained.that people just dont want to work.. But they didnt even check the put us in an uncleaned room first still real dirty from the last people.even smelt. Like them still.

There were pubic hairs on our toilet. Front desk would not clean or do anything as far as credit or move rooms, friends clothing was stolen by housecleaning and Again no remorse from manager or given credit. Front desk was rude as hell!!! We tried getting another hotel and everything was booked or we would have left and went somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The first room smelled funky, so she gave us another room which seemed fine. Until my husband found crumbs and a stain on his sheets so I checked the other double and found several hairs on the sheets. We think the only thing they did was replace the towels and make the beds. We cancelled our 2nd night.

Hotel staff is nice but the hotel itself is outdated and not well kept up. At best, this is a 2 star hotel but this is not the fault of the employees. First room (4th floor) we were given had a smoke detector chirping every minute and the AC would go no lower than 78. Next room (1st floor), the AC worked but very musty smell. Not wanting to be overly burdensome, we accepted the 2nd room but will not be returning here as a stopover point

I don't know if this hotel is understaffed or they just dropped the ball. Piles of dirty sheets on the counter in the lobby . Pulled back the covers on the bed only to find other people's hair all over the bed. Maid apparently just skipped changing the sheets and made the bed took freshly made. We called down to the desk to report it and we ended up having to grab sheets and change the bed ourselves. Guests across the hall had no towels and their bathroom had not been cleaned. I don't know if all the staff called in sick or what happened. We will not be staying at this hotel again. At the price we paid for 1 night it would be nice to get a refund .

The room wasn't cleaned properly, garbage not dumped, shower wasn't clean and there wasn't a cleanliness sticker on the exterior of the door. The front desk person commented how she has been dealing with housekeeping issues all week and running back/forth for clean linens. The manager was out of town and housekeeping off duty so there was nothing she could do. There were 3 other couples in the lobby complaining about housekeeping issues as well. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!!

Not sure I will stay at another Best Western after this experience. I talked to manager and called corporate and gave details about all the issues. Expected a full refund and only received $60. They put us in a room that someone else had used "temporarily and then left" and never cleaned it. Used sheets, shampoo bottles, towels, etc. Management acknowledged that they knew it. Room was also disgustingly dirty. Vent on air system was dirty and likely has never been cleaned, ceilings cracked, water and mold stains, carpet was gross (wouldn't go on it without socks or shoes). Worse experience ever and I travel a lot. You couldn't make this one up!

People working were nice enough and beds seemed clean so for the price it was expected. Bathroom within the room was dirty, hair on the floor, and in the tub, little pieces of trash on the floor as well. Bath towels were folded and appeared to be clean, but it was like they pulled them out of the washer and then folded them, they were still wet. TV remote was taped together and hardly worked. Check in got our rewards number wrong, so were corrected it for her and just figured she would get it fixed. When we checked out it was still wrong and the new desk person couldn't figure out how to change it. Still waiting on final email of bill with the correction.

This was a last minute trip to Nashville and we were so happy to find this hotel ! The rooms were very clean, Tammy at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet when we checked in. The closeness to downtown is perfect!! Flippo made our breakfast experience delightful every morning.. Great hotel!! AAA+++

Our experience was disappointing. After 4pm we checked into our room and found that it was not ready. Our second room was okay but had not been vacuumed or dusted recently. It needed toilet tissue and the TV quit working early in the evening. They had no extra rooms or TVs (and the phone could not seem to reach the front desk, so each item meant another trip downstairs). The manager/ operator just complained about his staff not working and offered nothing. The noisy a/c and one of the keys not working didn't help our opinion. The location was good for us, away from city traffic yet easy enough to get downtown. The breakfast bar and attendant were great.

We like Best Western for consistency and reasonable pricing. This one fell short on consistency. The light bulbs in the room were a mixture of stark white and warm white (not nice). The bathroom had a dodgy 3 bulb fitting with a bulb removed (it flashed on and off when screwed back in). The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work. Shower temp control backing plate was loose against the wall and swivels when temp lever is moved. No hand towels in bathroom and none available (“at the laundry”). No shampoo nor conditioner (had to ask for them). Only one bar of soap in the bathroom. Otherwise, okay, and hot breakfast wasn't bad (powdered scrambled eggs, thin sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, home fries, waffles, muffins, juices and coffee). The room had a perfumey odor on entry.

Upon arrival there were no washcloths in the room, the ice machine was broken, the TV had no signal. Front Desk lady told us to come to the front desk to get washcloths and she also reset the router for the TV. Breakfast was below expectations - non-dairy creamer for the coffee, no hot chocolate, eggs were rubbery, sausage and bacon were cooked in the microwave - overcooked and hard, no bowls to mix the instant oatmeal with water - had to use a coffee cup. The next morning, no clean towels available. The towels we did have were extremely rough and scratchy. The lever in the bathtub to move the water up to the shower was broken. We were able to get it to work, however, then it was stuck in the "shower" position. On our 2nd night, we were wakened by a fire alarm at 4am. We immediately vacated the hotel. The fire trucks came, checked out the hotel and left. We were never told by anyone on the hotel staff that it was safe to return inside the hotel and what the issue was. We were told by many of the staff that the hotel is under new ownership and recently re-opened. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet Best Western's standard for a Best Western Plus hotel.

The windows in my room were full of hand HAND FOOT PRINTS. The curtains were stained. I traveled with a group and some rooms were missing pillow cases and blankets. There was a shortage of key cards so each room only received one card. Multiple people in my group were assigned to room 325 when they should have had their own separate rooms and our key cards were randomly reset.

The room was very musty and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. There was no blow dryer in our room, only had 2 towels and no tissues. We had to ask for wash cloths and had towels. When we went to front desk to tell them about it the girl didn't seen concerned. So we checked out and went somewhere else for the next 3 nights.

My stay was great from start to finish. The hotel is super clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again, and would recommend if you need a place to stay close to the airport and other happenings in Nashville, this place is for you!!!

Nice stay. Gentleman serving breakfast was awesome! Great location to Nashville. Looked like a rough area but felt safe staying there. Front desk staff and Manager was concerned about my stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again when in Nashville!

We usually love Best Western Plus, but this was a disappointment. The building was nice, but our room was not prepared. The beds were made and clean (we assume). But the bathroom had hair on the floor. There was no soap, little toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, no wash clothes, no hand towels, no shower rug. The woman at the desk was kind and did her best to help the guests who were missing stuff. She said only 1 housekeeper showed up. I feel bad, but I also think that when paying full price customers should at least have those bare minimum things in their rooms. We could have slept in our car and saved the money. On the bright side, the hot breakfast was great! :)

I am actually inside my room right now writing this. I doubt the staff would even care enough to fix everything I found wrong with my room based on them not even following the rules of wearing a face covering. When I walked into the lobby from outside, there were children running around. I am certain the children belong to the staff because they were running into staff areas behind the front desk and were not told to not go back there by the staff working the desk. Both staff behind the desk were not wearing face coverings. Also saw another guest come into the lobby from down the hall and they were not wearing a face covering and were also not told to put one on. The bathroom had only one big towel and a bath mat for the floor. No face towels, no hand towels. Facial tissue holder was empty, no tissues. Toilet paper was almost empty, but they had the decency to leave another roll to put on the holder. Hair on the bottom of the tub, hair on the edge of the tub. Spot was on the corner of the tub that outlined in dirt/watermark that was from a previous guest's personal shampoo bottle, which shows that staff did not clean the room. The refrigerator was not working, so I checked to see if it was simply unplugged and when I went to plug it in I found trash behind the refrigerator. A flamin hot cheeto and plastic wrap from a pack of cigarettes. Perhaps the previous guests smoked in the room? The coffee condiment pack was opened, cups provided are loose styrofoam and not wrapped like other Best Westerns have. There was a silverware pack next to the coffee condiment pack, but it was opened. There was a plastic fork laying next to the coffeemaker that had obviously been used because there was dried coffee on the bottom of it. $57+tax per night to stay here, but what good is a good rate if the place is dirty and not properly setup. I'll finish my stay because what doesn't kill me makes me stronger, but this place does not deserve their business license.

We walked in our room and were greeted by trash on the dresser, styrofoam cup between the pillows, dead bug in the closet, urine in the toilet, open soap on the counter, leaking bathroom pipe that created a puddle under the sink, and no towels. Front desk offered to move us to a different room but then only had a room with one bed and we had 4 people. One person working and the hotel was booked (100+ rooms I think). She was somewhat nice but not too concerned or interested in helping. It was around midnight and we had been driving all day, so we slept in the dirty room anyway. When I spoke to the front desk person in the morning she offered no apology or any sign that she cared at all, but she did refund our stay. Breakfast was good.

My first 2-night stay was okay, it was somewhat clean. The bathtub was not clean/scrubbed (Layer of black dirt on tub) & floor was not sweeped. Other than that everything else was fine, no issues at all it was a peaceful stay, good location. 2nd time staying 2 nights the lady had issues checking me into the room I had booked online. So she put me in a suite. I went in and the carpet was completely dirty filthy. The fridge didn't work , and bathtub was clogged / drained very slow. On the other side of the suite there was cleaner splashed on the floor unmopped. Table was dusty. I told the front desk about it, she said she would send someone in the morning to clean but no one came. The only thing clean was the bed which was comfortable. I wished they would actually clean the rooms properly and It would've been a perfect stay.

The hotel is in a sketchy, run down part of town. It felt unsafe (especially traveling as a single woman). It was clear the hotel was frequented by truck drivers, drug addicts, and sex workers–no judgement, just not a place I prefer to sleep. The hotel looked fine on the outside, but was lackluster inside. The woman that checked me in made comments on my name and race; she also had her mask pulled down below her chin. The hallway with rooms was visibly dirty (you could see the dust on the doors) and carpet was stained. The hotel room though filled with nice things was DIRTY. Not a single surface was dusted or cleaned. I brought my own Clorox wipes in from the car to wipe everything down. The harder you looked, the worse it got. There were cob webs in the corners. I could hear both my neighbors on either side as if they were in the room with me. I stayed a few hours to do my online class and then promptly left. I did not, would not, and could not sleep there. I was physically upset the entire time was there. I admit, I did not complain or even check out (I left my keys in the room) because I had NO desire to stay there and there's nothing they could have done to keep me there including upgrading my room or covering it in bleach. No.

The hotel and my room were nice. They had a hot breakfast, which was nice, too. However, despite there being multiple signs saying that mask wearing was a requirement in the public areas of the hotels, the employee who checked me in was not wearing a mask, and neither was the person who checked me out the next morning. Half of the guests also didn't wear masks and didn't seem to care if they walked right next to you without their masks on. I did not feel safe when I was in public spaces. So I would recommend this hotel in regular times, but I would not stay there again until after the pandemic is over.

Good location (exit quick to the Pike coming from the north on 24, that off ramp is a 25mph circle). Called them 30 min ahead and they got me a good rate for an open room. Quiet, comfy, clean. Every employee I encountered was friendly and efficient. They had a conf room and kitchen set up for hot breakfast and still followed all the social distancing. Very pleased with the stay.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel, I hope I don't forget any. Here goes.... 1. The employees were so friendly, very helpful, and work very hard. One of the housekeepers had told us her birthday was tomorrow (our 2nd day of our stay) and that she was not going to be there but the next day we came out of our room and there she was. We asked about it and she said that they were short handed that day and got called in to work. She was still smiling and was so cheerful even though she had gotten called in - we sang happy birthday to her and wished her a happy birthday. 2. Because they have a banquet room, they were able to figure out a way to serve a hot breakfast and do it safely. Tables were able to be spaced appropriately. Our breakfast server was Flippo. He was awesome. He played music to make the breakfast a special one and a great start to our day. We talked with him and learned alot about him during our stay. 3. The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. 4. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed. 5. Beds were very comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep. 6. Our room rate was very reasonable and we definitely got our monies worth. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were in Nashville for a business trip and this hotel was convenient to where we needed to be. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. They actually had a hot breakfast available with very good biscuits and gravy, sausage links, potatoes and other items being served to you. If you have stayed in hotels during the pandemic you know how rare this is. My wife had to print off some documents to sign and the computer setup was good for this but it was not setup to scan the documents. This was about 9 at night so we just thought we would find a place the next day to do it. The general manager who lives on site overheard us and offered her computer to scan them. She went and got her keys and came back scanned the docs and emailed them to my wife. Outstanding customer service. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

Had 3 people in our crew get rooms at this hotel. They signed for the hotel. 2 receipts had a $ amount and one didn't. No problem things happen and the $ amounts were correct. The next day our crew had to stay another day. Our office booked 3 rooms through Priceline and it appears our driver booked a room through booking.com which he said he cancelled. When I called the hotel to see why we were charged so many times I spoke to Katie who was very friendly but who couldn't figure out what happened so she consulted with her supervisor. I asked to speak to the supervisor because Katie was being the "middle man". She explained that her supervisor wouldn't be able to help and would tell me the same thing which I found a little off putting when looking for help. Brenda the manager finally got on the phone. I can honestly say I was wrong when talking to her thinking the crew stayed one night and not 2. The problem lies with Brenda's customer serv ice skills. Numerous times she said she was trying to help but her actions was anything but helpful. She emailed everything that was signed for by the driver and instead of working with me to try to figure out what happened she just kept saying they signed for it. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said she was the manager. I asked for the corporate office phone number and she told me that the hotels are independently owned and the only thing I could do was call customer service and they would transfer me back to her. I guess as a customer I find it very frustrating that someone in a leadership position would explain things that way. My frustrations showed as I truly wasn't being helped and our business was definitely not appreciated by Brenda. She said to me this conversation is over and hung up on me. If Brenda had had any type of customer service skills or training it would have never gotten to the point where she felt the need to hang up on me. Once I examined the receipts on my own I could see there was a priceline reservation for 3 people which Kathryn who I believe may be Katie checked in one driver and then on a booking.com reservation that was supposed to be cancelled she checked in the other driver and this was all done at the same time. The nurse missed her flight so we ended up paying for 4 rooms for 2 people. The driver signed 2 papers so he thought he was signing for 2 rooms. We use Best Western a lot for our business needs and we travel a lot personally as well and use Best Western because we travel with 2 dogs and many of their locations are pet friendly. After this experience and the lack of service we received we will have to rethink staying at Best Western. This hotel is definitely crossed off our itinerary and there is a corporate office address on their website in case anyone gets information like I did and told their isn't. Brenda should realize that although independent she is standing behind the Best Western name and should present herself in the standards Best Western expects.

I was apprehensive about this hotel stay due to Covid19, but was welcomed warmly by the front desk staff and they had really good dispositions. It was me and my 19 year old daughter and we both felt happy by the front desk staff. The room was clean and sanitized, and even though there was no pool/gym/full breakfast, I was pleased of the value of this hotel and will definitely stay again when I travel to the Nashville area.

Located around halfway between Nashville International Airport and Downtown, this hotel was in an ideal location for us. It only took about 5-10 minutes to reach from BNA with a Lyft that cost around $10. Check-in was simple, we had pre-paid but they also required a debit/credit card for a security deposit. There was a small seating area where breakfast took place just by the entrance and they supplied hot water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. The breakfast itself was good; there was a selection of meats and eggs, cereals, and also the beloved waffle-maker. Our room was situated on the third floor which was accessible via the elevator. The room was quiet and we were never disturbed. It was a good size and clean, it also overlooked the pool which was closed (winter). The heating was great and there was a microwave and fridge also which were useful. The room was always cleaned well on a daily basis and replenished with toiletries etc. The hotel had a self-serve laundry facility that we didn't use, along with a gym; the gym we utilized for fresh, cold water. To reach Downtown Nashville we always took the number 55 bus from the stop opposite which was quite frequent and cost just $4 per person for a day pass. The bus stop wasn't the friendliest of places, but equally it wasn't too bad and the bus was common enough that you were never standing there for too long. Southbound on the number 55 bus you can get to some fast food outlets like Taco Bell and Domino's, good places for a quick meal and only a couple of stops away. Our overall experience was standard for this type of establishment, the price was good, therefore I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Music City and on a budget.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast and only 10 mins from downtown and the Airport. they have a nice sitting area around the pool. restaurants right next door with a variety good of food. Convenient stores are less than a block away.

I apologize to the staff that I did not get specific names. I don't believe I have ever been at a hotel where all of the staff interacted so friendly to each other as well as to the customer. I observed this from the front desk attendant, housekeeping, and the breakfast area. We stayed 2 nights and it was different staff eah day except for a couple of housekeeping I recognized. It made me feel like they cared about their jobs and the reflection on the hotel. It truly looked like the staff liked each other and wanted the customer to have a very good stay. The hotel was clean in all areas. Our room was a good size. It is always nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot in the room like they had. There was a very nice offering of both hot and cold items on the breakfast bar. What really impressed me was that the staff was present cleaning the food bar off, restocking, and immediately helpful if assistance was needed. There were double waffle makers to cut down on the wait time. We did use the excersie room which was small, but had treadmills. We could not get the remote to change the tv channel, but it wasn't anything we reported. I did not even notice the pool. It would have been too cool to use. Parking was well lighted and checkin/checkout went smoothly. It was close enough to downtown Nashville that Uber was not expensive to use and was always easy to book.

This hotel would not refund my money due to the Coronavirus outbreak and the inability to travel (both because of personal circumstances and the guidelines recommending against discretionary travel). Yes, it was a nonrefundable reservation, but in unprecedented circumstances like this, it shouldn't matter. I will never stay here or at a Best Western again once travel picks up again in the future. I don't care what the rooms are like, what breakfast they have, etc. If they won't take care of customers in a time like this, that's all you ever need to know.

Location was easy to find rooms clean and comfortable everyone so nice and willing to help breakfast was good slept really good we were close to Vanderbilt medical at 100 Oaks I had to be there Tuesday night for MRAi and back to doctors on Wednesday

The hotel lobby and the room were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's close to downtown Nashville. There are good restaurants around the corner from hotel. The hotel breakfast is also good.

In room 205 the sheets had not been changed before our arrival, found hair on the bed. Every surface was dusty, Requested another room. Room 305 had clean sheets but the rest of the room was a variation on a theme. The sink had hair in it.The vents had dust balls in them, a can of air freshener had been left on the floor Planed to stay two days but left after the first night. The night clerk was very professional and apologetic, even stayed calm when the fire alarm went off.

Hotel is close to airport and downtown Nashville. Staff very friendly and went above and beyond to make stay exceptional with recommendations for food and best way to get downtown. We had a little trouble with the heating and cooling in our room, otherwise clean and updated. Breakfast was excellent

I stayed at Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn from February 7-9,2020. I paid $232.18 for my stay. Two weeks later on February 19, 2020 I received an additional charge of $232. I called the hotel on 2/19 and was told that I would receive my money back in 24-48 hours. 72 hours passed and I called to ask where my money was. They investigated and the manager FINALLY called me back and said that she would start a whole new process and I will receive my money in 3-5 business days. This place held on to my card information and made a fraudulent purchase two weeks after checking out, and I am yet to see anything from this. I have also not been told why my card was still on their file. No compensation or refund and in the hole for $232.

This was just for an overnight stay for a concert at City Winery. It was very easy to get to. I liked that we could jump on the freeway and get downtown in less than 10 minutes on a Sat night. We came back on side road and was just as fast. Love this place for convenience. The staff was great and the room was very large. Which doesn't really matter for one night but if your planning a trip to Nashville for longer stay it would be very nice.

The staff at the reception were amazing at check in, break fast was nice, the rooms pretty clean over all decent stay very confortable beds and pillows, the area seem not so safe. For stop and go very recommended

As someone who take public transit, this was NOT the greatest neighborhood. The bus stop is located directly across the street and is a straight shot into downtown Nashville which is nice but I shared the wait with a couple of people sitting on an abandoned mattress in the trash-covered area around the stop. It was my fault for not anticipating the need for a car in Nashville. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and friendly.

This Beat Western is a great place to stay! Conveniently located to the interstate making travel much easier. The personnel are amazing! Everyone is so nice and willing to assist. The breakfast is one of the best that you will get! I love this place!

Loved the bus stop right in front of hotel for easy access to Broadway street with all the Nashville top spots! Hotel staff friendly and full of tips and advice to make the most of your trip. Good value for area.

The front desk personnel were very friendly. Room was nice but has a poor working toilet. The gym was nice but there wasn't any cleaning wipes provided for the equipment. A couple of the cleaners were rude while we at breakfast

We had to do a quick over-night stay in Nashville. My wife needed to take her U.S. Citizenship test. This Best Western is in walking distance, clean, very friendly, and provides FREE breakfast! We could not have asked for anything more! What a convenient, hospitable, and warm environment. Thank you :)

Really enjoyed my stay in Nashville. Hotel staff was amazing. Hotel was clean would stay here again in the future if I decide to come back. My only complaint would be the beds are a little hard. And the hot water is not as hot I like it.

Cassie and Christine made our trip memorable, the good way! Had trouble using UBER and they were patient in showing us how to use it. They showed patience with us older folk. They helped us with reservations in Memphis, etc. Dr. Art ross

We had no issues or complaints with this hotel. And the cost was much less than hotels closer to downtown Nashville.Staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast had a huge selection of hot and cold foods, including fresh fruit. The location was easy access to the interstate. We took the non-interstate route, about 20 minutes drive, to the music area and found a lot with $10 all day parking.

The rooms are showing their age, however the rooms are clean, the location is only 5 miles (@ $10 Uber) from downtown, the staff is very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Considering the price of the downtown lodging options, this was perfect for us per location/price.

Over-priced hotel for quality of stay. The sheets were the worst; scritchy-scratchy and they didn't change them on a 2-night stay. Breakfast was disgusting. insta-food with little or no nutritional value.

Recently stayed 6 nights here. Good location, average price for Nashville, good breakfast, and clean. What really stood out about the hotel was the front desk staff. Christina and Cassandra were two of the nicest ladies you could meet. Always friendly, smiling and lots of fun. Got to know them well during our stay and will say that they are a definite asset to the hospitality of this hotel and Nashville. Thank you to them.

· . When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk lady named Cristina was treated us above any expectation. she was the best. Although she told us that there is no room left. and rate of rooms were above our expectations, she adopt easily the idea for us to register by Booking.com and we have done that. Lucky us we have Booking.com. in the morning i was asking another front desk lady, to change the office chair in the room for the piston could held the air pressure and go down repeatedly. although i've reminded her a few times, she was smiling and done nothing about it till when she finished hare shift. again, Cristina, when she came into her possition, gave us a promiss to make a special discount for the Discomfort. something which i'm not sure that have been executed. but anyhow, we have recieved a nice and warm welcoming and treatment with agood advise where to go and what to do, more than you expected from the front desk clark. !!! · this hotel can do more when talking about other employes. and we have more examples but an easy job to replace a chair for me to be able to work - supposed to be a very easy mission to acomplish.

Overpriced! Not clean! Price gouging! Never again! Rip off! They don't care! Poor neighborhood! It's a scam! Poor hotel. Tourism trap! Drive a little save a lot! Or if you want to pay the price go somewhere else than here!!!!!

When we checked in the room we were given was occupied. Had to go back to check in desk to get a new room. The carpets in the hotel are stained and dirty including our room. During our stay the elevator floor was not cleaned, had a previous spill the 2 nights we stayed. Overhead bathroom light and a tall floor lamp did not work in our room. A large water stain on the ceiling. One of the drinking glasses in our room had lip stick on it and was stacked with the sealed cups. The bathtub had mildew. The hall air conditioner did not work on the 4th floor. The hotel could use a good cleaning. One good note - Front staff was very friendly.

The Hotel and room itself was clean in a location that suited us we found the until 5 pizza shop virtually next door fantastic and had take out the 2 nights we stayed on our recent Road trip.. The lady on reception was really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very nice.. The only complaint from us was the housekeeping.. We were woken up at 8.30am by housekeeping knocking the door which has never happened in any other Hotel they then went on to arguing with each other outside our room with the male housekeeper trying to calm the female housekeeper down saying she is going to lose her job which she replied with a torrent of bad language she couldn't care less and she would get another job.. Totally unprofessional and a real shame to an otherwise excellent Hotel.

The entire staff needs to be properly trained . Nobody at this hotel does there job correctly. The front dest people are not very nice and are rude. The housekeeping is the worst . The rooms are filthy . It is a shame because the furniture is very nice but looks like someone wiped everything down with a rag that was soaked with milk. The floors I don't believe have ever been mopped they were so dirty and sticky. Lots of hairs in the corners of the bathroom also the mirror was very dirty. Black filth built up around the switches and outlets in the bathroom. I had to ask for cleaning products to clean my own room it was so bad. When I asked her for the cleaning products she said , and I kid you not, this is in her own words, she said “ The housekeeping Sucks” . We were pretty surprised that someone who works there would say that. We also got woken at 1:00 AM from drunk people screaming , swearing and trying to smash in the door across from us then they went down and started smashing what it sounded like was the ice machine. This hotel is not is a very safe area. We only parked where the cameras were outside. They also leave the side door opened all day so the housekeeping can go in and out. There is a sign next to the door that says it kept locked for safety which is kind of funny. It also felt like it was 90 degrees in the halls. The outlets in the halls were sticking out and unsafe. Any child could put there fingers in them and get hurt or even worse. We are not sure if we will pick Best Western to stay at again anytime soon after staying here .

This was your usual Best Western, nice clean and comfortable rooms, good choice of pillows and a nice good nights sleep. The breakfast area was very clean and the breakfast items were kept full and hot. Desk help was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

We picked this hotel basically because it was the cheapest we could get - but we booked not knowing it was Labour Day weekend (we're in the UK). It wouldve been nice to have been closer to the centre but this was the next best thing. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and breakfast was included - it wasnt anything special but everything you would expect was there and quality was grand. There is a bus on the opposite side of the road from the hotel which takes you downtown for $2 in about 30 mins - approx every 15 mins weekdays and 30 mins at the weekend. Uber home for about $11. There is a supermarket and off licence across the road and a very good pizza place next door. There is also a pub/restaurant about 5 min walk away called The Lost Paddy - it had just opened when we were there, but it was good. Didnt use the swimming pool but it seemed ok - they also have a couple of washing machines and dryers

We stay here on a recent trip to Nashville. It is located between the airport and downtown.The room and facility was nice. Although it was humid, we did not experience dampness in our room as others have stated in their reviews. Wifi is strong throughout the hotel. There isn't much to decent places to eat nearby. The traffic sucks during rush hour.The staff was nice friends and helpful. The breakfast was average for a place like this. I have to say the guy who was making and serving the breakfast worked his butt of and deserves a raise. That is more than I can say about the maids, who basically just made the bed and changed the towels. You would get better maid service if you did it yourself.

Nice hotel. Room was muggy. AC didn't appear to work correctly. Reported to front desk who stated someone would look at it. Nothing was ever done. Uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Overall, this is a nice property and a great value. We booked an overnight stay for our first time in Nashville, but might have chosen a different location if we'd known about the traffic delays caused by the highway construction in the area.

My friends and I only stayed here a few nights. It was a short ride from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to Broadway (about an 11$ Uber ride each way). The staff at the front desk were all very nice! The Continental breakfast was your average food. The rooms were nice and a good size the only downfall was the humidity, everything in the room felt damp especially the carpets. Which was kinda gross, I left some pants on the floor and I couldn't wear them because they felt damp. Not a deal breaker, I would definitely stay here again. it was also convenient that there was a gas station next door and a liquor store across the street!

Reasonably close to Airport. Took an Uber downtown for $10 which is cheapest than parking and can enjoy the bars and have some drinks. Probably would be about the same to the Grand Ole Opry, although I drove there since parking is free at the mall. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Really good hotel located close to the airport and Nashville,s Broadway is either a short taxi ride or bus ride bus tops right outside the hotel all the staff are very helpful,The rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds the pool area is also clean the complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day there is a Mexican restaurant and pizza place adjoining the hotel a liquor store and shop across the busy road all in all a great place to stay.ps there's a fridge in the room.

Room 325 has black mold across entire wall above the bed. Noticed nasty smell, thought it was just from disuse and humidity. Stayed 3 nites, alway left early, back late, didn't spend much time in the room. But on 3rd nite, got back early, smell was unbearable. That's when we noticed the whole back of the wall above the beds had black splotches about the size of a handprint, many, many of them. Appeared to have been painted over. Don't stay in this room! Entire 3rd floor smells that stale, moldy.

Great location. Close to everything in Nashville. Very close to every major highways. The hotel is nice and quiet. Very good and knowledgeable staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. The towels could be of better quality. The breakfast buffet was good enough to eat but with room for improvement.

The Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn is a great place to stay when visiting Nashville. Rooms are clean, pool is nice and the breakfast is very good. Easy to get downtown and back using UBER OR LYFT. Plenty of parking available.

We spent three nights here. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, a/c not too noisy and reception professional. Walls were not paper thin even though we were close to an elevator, nights were quiet. Would've wanted some more fruit options at breakfast but it was good, the usual waffles, cereal, different types of breads and danishes and eggs and a different protein every morning. The only thing I'd want BW to look into is that i had a free night with my points. They couldn't put my three night stay under one reservation. On the second morning I had a gentleman knock at 9 am wanting to know when I was leaving and I had to redo a second check in with the possibility of having to change room. The reception politely told me they would do what they could for us to remain in the same room and we did. Just think if I'm reserving everything at once, their system should connect both types of payments (points and money) and not have the guest have to check in all over again. On the up side, upon my reservation, the associate paid the most expensive night with my points which I thought was great customer service for a point system. We were very close to downtown, Music Row. About 8 minutes. The rates were very reasonable for the proximity we had to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very pleased. The price was great so I wasn't sure what we would be driving too. The service from at the desk to the people who prepared breakfast was excellent. Hotel is close enough to get to everything in 10 to 15 minutes. When we Uber'Ed we waited maybe 5 mins tops. Breakfast buffet was included and a well balanced spread. Definitely would return.

The staff went above and beyond any of my expectations. The food was good service was great. The owner manager was on site every day to make sure that everything ran correctly. He has a remarkable staff that was there for any of your needs whatsoever.

Upon check-in we were promptly greeted by the front desk even though they were in the middle of something. They quickly gave us our keys and gave us the info we needed for our stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was a good size with areas to eat and sit a covered table if desired. The breakfast was great with different hot and cold options each morning. It was well stocked. The hotel staff was very friendly. Flippo talked to us quite a bit one morning and was very enjoyable to speak with. Lynestra was also very kind during breakfast one morning and made sure we had everything we wanted. I went down when breakfast was supposed to be done, but she made sure I got what I wanted before she put it up. There were other staff members that were friendly as well, but I didn't get their names. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. It was easy to access off of the main roads and was clean and safe with a nice pool. There is a nice size refrigerator in the room along with a microwave if needed. The manager should be proud of the staff at this hotel.

This place was very nice. Just a short uber ride into the city 5 -10 minutes. Staff was very friendly.Rooms were very clean! I would definitely stay here again! Nice breakfast and pool.Looks like they had recently remodeled the whole place.

Needed a one night stay in Nashville and close to the art museum. I'm on a tight budget but found a great rate at this hotel. Very pleasant stay. Nice comfortable beds, new TV, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The morning breakfast was much better than I expected and service was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place outside the main drag of Nashville with easy access to everything. Room was very clean & recently updated to have a trendy feel. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Only downside was the crowd but that's too be expected when it's free & delicious.

Stayed here for a week. Easy access to 24. 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Taxi/UBER cost is only $15, including tip. City bus stop right in front of hotel. 4 stories & has 2 elevators. Huge parking lot. Rooms are aged, but very clean. Beautiful pool. Staff is above average. Probably a major selling point. Nice hot breakfast. Lots of restaurants, liquor store, groceries within walking distance. Stay again, yes!!

Everything was good. But one thing really stood out........The staff were all fantastic especially one on reception called Cassan . She was like our guardian angel . She took time to download an app on the cellphone for us for Uber . Informed us what to see in Nashville, she even gave us a lift into town one day . Nothing was too much for her , and always with a big smile . We often travel but have never met anyone like her . Thanks again Cassan .

Dirty sheets...broken shower....dirty tub....pile of cigarette ashes in corner of room by the chair. Overall was very displeased with this hotel. Rep at desk didn't seem concerned at all about the issues.

First time to Nashville, location was both close to downtown and opry mills about 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from 0pry mill. Waffle house within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff would stay he again.

Still don't understand what exactly makes a BW a Plus. I will say, however, that this one is quiet and has rather large rooms. Breakfast, on the other hand, was much like that at regular BWs in the family. Oh, and they have a fantastic WiFi connection speed according to my test on speedtest.net. The bed was okay, but the pillows were a bit smaller than average. What I did not like was: There is only the edge of the tub on which to put your soap while in the shower. Old guys like myself cannot always get down that low easily when reaching for the soap or shampoo. When I turned off the light at the door, the switch suddenly beamed with a very bright, most likely LED light so you could find it in the middle of the night. You could read by this thing. Look, by the time I need to turn on that light, I've already got the others on. Why the need for such a switch when the peep hole has a cover to keep out light? The breakfast area is quite small, making it difficult to find a table if crowded. My wife always needs an extra blanket. The front desk was unable to get her one our first evening because all the maids had gone home for the day and they locked the bedding area. Two (not one) flashing lights on the smoke detector. They flashed bright red every 2 seconds. Another detector that glowed in the dark. An air conditioner that seemed to have only one fan speed, regardless what setting is was on.

Overall, staff was amazing. Our air-con in room was noisy but worked ok. We did have an issue with the toilet but it was fixed. Air-conditioning unit at end of the hall-way was leaking water & was not fixed for the first 2 days there & carpet was wet to walk on (they did have a large fan blowing air to dry it up). It was fixed later & all was well.

Over all good stay, good hot breakfast with variety of hot items, fruits and drinks. Our room was not cleaned properly, sticky floors, moved bed skirt and saw garbage like coffee cup, candy wrapper and other small garbage items, not vacuumed and dusty.

Best Western plus sunrise inn is half way between Downtown & Opryland & Airport. Bus stops outside hotel. We used Uber & got to everything we required easily. Breakfast was included. Cooked & continental. Free coffee & tea 24 hrs. Bedrooms good. Laundry & outside swimming pool.

Vey friendly staff and a vety clean hotel. Breakfast was good quality and everything was fresh. Coffee available around the clock which was good after having spent an evening downtown. Bus service available right outside to take you downtown so no having to find parking and no worries about being drunk for the journey back. Have recommended this hotel to many people including family members and we would use it again.

We stayed for four days & loved the service we received. Great accommodations, outstanding breakfast, friendly employees, clean pool area, fresh & clean room, plenty of clean towels every day - just a perfect stay. We had a fridge & microwave in the room & everything worked perfectly. There is also a Mexican restaurant & a pizza place (Till Five Pizza) within steps of the entrance to the hotel. The only negative at all was room service, which I would not recommend for desserts; however, everything else was perfect! We saved about $70 a night because we stayed outside of downtown, so we took an Uber every day. For four days, we spent less than the difference for one night's stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had such a great experience that we decided when we were returning to Nashville that we would stay here again and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. The hotel and rooms are clean and very welcoming.

The Hotel was very good & the staff were very friendly going out if there way to help. There was an older Gentleman who appeared to be the Manager, who went around every morning & throughout the day to ask if your were ok, which you rarely experience these days. Overall a very good hotel...well done Best Western.

Not the nicest newest hotel in the world but it was clean and was a great price compared to most of the other hotels in Nashville. The service was great as well the ladies as the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a basic hotel with good service.

We stayed here for four nights over Memorial Day week. Staff & Manager were awesome! Manager walked through the breakfast area everyday and talked to guests, offered recommendations on places to see, cleared off tables (all staff were clearing tables when people finished like in a restaurant - I travel for work and have NEVER seen this done). Breakfast choices were many and varied. You could eat here everyday for a week and not have the same thing if you wanted to. Room was nice and clean. Bed was ok but I have a brand new Serta so it's hard for a hotel bed to compete with that.

We booked two rooms at this hotel for a friend's 30th birthday getaway. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's really close to the airport and about a 10-15 min to downtown Nashville. We took Lyfts to the city and it worked out great. There's a liquor store and a pizza place nearby. A decent continental breakfast in the morning as well.

I had to cut out from a sketchy Airbnb listing (most are fine), and I went to this Best Western for a safe and comfortable night. Christina was working the front desk and was very helpful and friendly. I felt immediately at ease as soon as we started speaking, and she couldn't have been more welcoming. Additionally, they have full, hot breakfast, and the rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. An excellent place to stay if you are traveling for business, as it is still very close to the city center.

Pretty standard Best Weztsrn. I would not call it Plus although it advertised as such. Nothing fancy a out this motel. The room was not up to the usual cleanliness of other Best Westerns. The location is not in the best neighborhood ekther. Though it is not a bad neigh orbokd. It is empty of our favored amenities.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. We found some spider webs in the corners and the bathroom had a really funky smell during our whole 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great, lot's of different choices, hot and cold, and lots of seating. It was nice and quiet at night for sleeping, and conveniently had a bus stop right in front. Instead of looking for parking downtown we left our car at the hotel and took the bus to Broadway, it was only $1.70 pp each way and well worth not having to drive, you can buy a day pass for $3.75 which seemed like a good deal. Wifi worked great while we were there and the location was close to the highway and easy to find. All in all a pretty good value

We stayed here for a couple nights on a recent trip. Not really a pedestrian friendly area, but the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and a few restaurants/stores nearby, this hotel as great access to freeways and is really quiet considering the area (it's set back off the road a bit). Our room was large and clean, beds were comfy, too. A/C unit worked well. Breakfast room was a bit small for the size of the hotel and was really crowded both mornings we ate there. Still, plenty of fresh eats--staff kep the area clean and well serviced. We enjoyed our stay--and when we had to go to the airport, this was a really convenient location.

stayed 2 nights. nice hotel. not prittiest area but easy access to highways about 15mins from downtown very convenient. good hot breakfast. tv cable went out 2nd day was out over 24hrs then we left. hotel gave discount on final bill so good CS! requested 2nd luggage rack never got one but we luckily had foot rest so we used that and were too busy to complain lol. overall good place for pur 2day visit.

It was clean.... people in the kitchen were kind and friendly. But lot of stuff wasnt very well organized. Pool was closed altough it was very hot. Roomservice didnt do our room one time. After all it wasnt bad but not perfect either..

Something on ceiling - could see it when we lay down on bed. Bathroom floor was tacky and had mold build up where tub met the wall. I kept my shoes on while in the hotel room. The staff were friendly. The front desk staff were very accommodating when I called to change the dates of our stay. Breakfast had good variety and was kept full during a very busy time. Sitting area not large enough to hold the no. of guests wanting to eat.

Booked the best western sunrise inn Nashville Tenn , I would have to say I was impressed, Front Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was also very good, room was clean, and staff was friendly , 6 mins from downtown $8.00 Uber ride. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights recently while staying in Nashville as part of our road trip of the Deep South. It was a very comfortable hotel with a king-sized double bed (very comfy), good TV and decent breakfast buffet. We had a quiet room away from any lifts and ice machines. The pool area looked nice but was closed for the season (we visited in March). There is a pizza place and Mexican restaurant out front of the hotel (part of the same building) if you want a bite late at night, and a liquor store across the street, along with two gas stations. There is also a bus stop directly opposite where you can take the bus into the downtown entertainment area for very little cost (about $1.25). We used the bus on several occasions due tot he high cost of parking downtown (and it allowed me to have a few drinks!). The breakfasts here were some of the best we had during our 24 day stay in the USA, good selection and the place is kept clean and tidy. We also used the guest laundry, both washer & dryer, which I believe cost $2.00 each. One of our better bases for our road trip!

The hotel is close enough to downtown to take a lift. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. Wi fi is fast. The breakfast is very good. The lady at the front desk was very nice and our check in and out was quick

Hotel was great and the city bus that runs in front takes you directly downtown...seniors 80 cents. Easy way to get around as parking downtown is limited. City was under construction getting ready for the NFL draft in April so will probably be easier in May.

Everyone friendly and helpful and so professional and the place was exceptionally clean everywhere. The breakfast was outstanding and always replenished. Even at the time they were shutting down breakfast stuff was hot and fresh.

The hotel was 10 mins from the downtown. We found it to be a perfect location and saved us $300 staying at the Best Western Plus. It was a nice hotel and we would stay again. Staff are very friendly . There is a Waffle House across the street -we walked over for breakfast one morning and there is a little plaza in the same spot as the hotel for pizza and convenient stores. Uber rides were $10 to get downtown. Just a good experience all around - I did find the blankets on the bed were not very comfy - thin and not soft . That's the only reason I put sleep quality is average - beds were comfy - bathroom was nice.

Hotel staff (Cassandra) as well as others were very friendly and accommodating!. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was well stocked by Flippo every morning. There are a few good places close by to eat, a Nashville chicken place, a burger place were located just across the street. There is also a pizza place in the same parking area as the hotel. The trip to downtown only took a few minutes to drive.

This is our 2nd stay at this BW during the SEC tournament. Very clean and convenient...just a quick uber/lift from all the activities downtown. Great price, too. Cassandra at the front desk was great...super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend when visiting Nashville!

The hotel was very clean, staff was awesome, we had one issue with a chair in our room they took care it immediately. Check in went smoothly the lady was very nice, we will definitely stay here again, we highly recommended this hotel. The breakfast was very good the gentleman taking care of it was very nice he kept everything well stocked

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The gentlemen working the breakfast area were so helpful and accommodating. We did have one problem that we informed one of the managers about and Crystal went above our expectation to make it right. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in Nashville for a wedding and was told our room wasn't ready and would not be for several hours! How long does it take to clean a room?? When we returned 2 hours later, still not ready while others with reservations walked up and got a room right away! We finally got in our room just in time to shower for the wedding and the floor was STICKY!! My husband wiped it down with a wet towel and it was BLACK!! YUCK!! It took 3 hours to clean that??? Never again.

Breakfast was regularly undercooked. My room was not cleaned for part of my stay. Hotel location was not convenient to food/retail establishments. In addition, hotel was often times noisy and loud. I was definitely disappointed with this hotel and my overall stay.

We were there for 3 nights. Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly at check-in Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. This had a breakfast each morning. The price was great. Not far from downtown maybe 15 minute drive. Would stay here again.

Best Western Plus is a great experience. From ease of check-in, to the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds and pillows, this place is top notch. I was especially pleased with the full breakfast (good bacon!!and sausage!!delicious waffles!!) They also have a full menu available, with extensive delicious offerings, for lunch and dinner room sevice. Amazing option!! The hotel is located in an area that has many affordable options for dining out as well. The emphasis on customer service is apparent here. We will return!!!

First time in TN. This location had easy access to the highway leading to the downtown Nashville area, and airport. It is very convenient, with an Italian/Pizzeria, and Mexican Restaurants just outside entrance, on premise, as well as other options across the street. Stores were just 2 minutes up the road. Staff was helpful. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very satisfied with stay.

I was improperly charged approx $130. I was told it would be immediately handled and the charges would be reversed. I was assured I would get an email confirming it. I checked my bank when I got home and I still had the charge but no refund. I also had no email. I called the next day and they claimed to have emailed me and promised to send the email immediately. Even though they assured me they had there was no email in my inbox or in my junk box. They then promised to fax it to me, when that did not happen they claimed their system would not print out the folio showing the charges would be reversed. The Credit Card shows no credits from them. The hotel claims it will take 3-5 days to process my refund. They seem not the least concerned that they 1. billed me wrong, 2. can't seem to refund me, 3 can't seem to email me 4 can't seem to fax me. I have called BW corporate and hopefully they will intercede on my behalf.

It was a pleasant surprise. We where sceptical at the beginning because we did not find nothing downtown, but we where wrong. Good points : very clean, breakfast good, people very polite and helpful, detail oriented bravo. Parking free. Acceptable points : 7 min drive to downtown and if you are early plenty of parking spaces. Nashville it a very beautiful city with lots of things to do. Never miss a restaurant with live music band. New Year Eve was fantastic.

Staff was very friendly. Very fast check-in. Breakfast staff best we've experienced at a hotel. They were very helpful and cheery! Quiet rooms and great two day stay. Overall, great value for the price.

My wife and I checked into BW Sunrise Inn Nashville on 29DEC for a 3-night stay. Ate breakfast there all three mornings and it was delightful. Good food and diligent staff made it so. Hotel's appearance is average but tidy and rooms were spacious and average in appearance. As to value, I noticed they jacked up the room rates the day of the Titans-Colts game by $30 over the other two nights which I doubt was necessary as I don'y think they were sold out. I wonder if BW might consider not charging rewards members an extra premium as they are already established (and presumably valued) customers. Something for the folks at corporate I guess.

We stayed at this Best Western for New Year's festivities and enjoyed our stay. The price was unbeatable. The location was ideal with a quick Uber ride downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. I didn't like the pillows, but my husband did... so to each his own. Continental breakfast was typical for hotels, nothing special, but free. Wifi was free and easy to log-in.

The entire stay in the Nashville BEST WESTERN PLUS was enjoyable from start to finish. The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient in the process of handling our reservations. We were given directions and suggestions for visiting the Nashville cultural area and places to try the local flavor.Utilized UBER. The morning breakfast was well laid out, the food warm and optional coffee strengths. When I return to the area, I would definitely return and stay longer.

This place was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and the continental breakfast was enough to keep you fuelled up at the start of the day. Rooms were clean and tidy. You do need a car to get around if you stay here...but it's only a ten dollar UBER to the centre of the action.

We stayed in late September and have been double billed. As I am now reading reviews, I see I am not alone as this has happened to others. I cannot get anyone in management to return a call. I am not giving up!!

Good location - easy drive into Downtown Nashville. Not great many eateries immediately nearby, but plenty within short drive. Hotel staff were also great at arranging cabs whenever needed. Room cleaned daily, bed comfortable, breakfast area bright & clean - plenty choice and well stocked. Staff all lovely - especially guy who worked breakfast area (so sorry i've forgotten his name),but his gymnastics display after breakfast was amazing!! Plenty of parking in well lit area of hotel.

This hotel is convenient to downtown Nashville for conferences,entertainment, etc while also being close to the Bluebird and Grand Ole Opry. Breakfast has good options and the hours are convenient for those leaving early. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly for the most part.

Great hotel right off of the interstate in Nashville. Breakfast was not the best but there was a Waffle House across the street . There are tons of other places to eat. Rooms were spacious and the bed was amazing! Could use of updates to the art in the rooms.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and were pleased with our room (two queen beds - we used one). We were on third floor, easy access with elevator. No noise to speak off, either from traffic or neighboring rooms. Offered breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. (It is not a restaurant, but the breakfast fits the standard bill in hotel fare). Ample choices, but then I am easy to please. I will say that we traveled by Uber to Nashville the first morning and fare was $9. That evening, because many activities ongoing, fare was $18 for return trip. I then read review of hotel and learned that public transit (bus) stop was on street in front of hotel. So next day we used the bus for eighty-five cents to downtown and same for return trip. Excellent service, little wait time at stop, and trip was quicker by bus both ways. We'll definitely stay here again on a return visit. Staff was very friendly. Thanks for the hospitality.

Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay at this hotel in Nashville. I give it an average to good rating overall. Fairly inexpensive. The beds were okay, service was good, everything was pretty clean. Fairly close to downtown and Broadway/The District/Printers Alley, etc. The best part was the hot breakfast every day. Scrambled eggs every day with alternating bacon one day and sausage the next day. Not the best surrounding area, but not too bad. We felt safe. Not too many restaurants close by, but the new burger place across the street had excellent hamburgers and fries. Hotel had a security guard at night. We might stay here again if we ever return to Nashville.

Despite the very limited breakfast and lack of luggage storage, I was happy with my stay at this hotel. It was when I got back from my trip I noticed something was wrong. My card company noticed unusual activity on my debit card, with several transactions from gas stations and restaurants in Florida two weeks after I had gotten back to Norway. I talked to my friends I travelled with and it turns out this happened to three other people - all international tourists. We compared our transactions from the trip and the only place we all used our cards was the hotel lobby to get snacks. My first thought was how slow the receptionist worked when I went to buy a bottled drink and chips and how she was seemingly struggling to take my payment. Little did I know at the time my card information was being stolen. I have yet to hear back from the police and my bank as to whether or not it is confirmed where my information was stolen, but as it happened to four of us who all purchased snacks in that very hotel lobby it seems very likely that this is when our information was stolen. I have emailed Best Western and they don't seem to be understanding what I'm talking about, but I wanted to warn future international guests to be careful with their card information and to remember to use their credit cards, something I was stupid enough to forget.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here horrible place to stay, the whole housekeeping staff lazy doesn't clean all the way and everyone at the reception desk very rude and not helpful at all we will never come back

I stayed here a week for Americanafest. It's not a luxury hotel but I can't really think of anything to criticise. Comfortable beds, excellent pool, very generous hot breakfast and hard-working, polite staff. A couple of nice restaurants nearby, in fact in the same building. And the best thing - a bus stop right outside that takes you all the way to Broadway (downtown) for just over a dollar. A really pleasant experience all round.

We came from England to Nashville for the first time my daughter and myself and stayed at this hotel for 10 days it is situated in a great place for visiting all the sites in Nashville The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious each room is equipped with a fridge and microwave and free wifi which is excellent. The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly the cleaning staff are friendly and polite in fact the staff are 5 star. Breakfast is amazing with a variety of different items and fresh cooked waffles and maple syrup to finish, Robert is at hand to make sure all the dishes are replenished and the manager Mike comes round every morning to check that all is running smoothly talks to the guests and makes you feel like you are part of a big family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I intend to return to Nashville as it is such a fantastic place and I know where I will be staying can't wait to get back here Thank you to Mike the manager and his terrific staff for making our stay so memorable

The staff were lovely breakfast just ok pity the cleaners don't clean all they done was empty the bins spread the bed and put clean towels out the carpet and floors never seen a vacuum or brush too lazy but receptio staff were very nice and the older man that done the breakfast was the hardest worker in there it was a bit of a joke the pool closed after labor day with scorching weather and the beds are hard never again

We were in Nashville for the Titans game. We were very impressed with this hotel albeit that breakfast quality could be improved . There are no major restaurants in the immediate vicinity however we were able to uber ourselves around very easily without having to pay huge fares. The hotel staff person at check in was extremely helpful in giving us ideas and suggestions regarding getting around Nashville. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Sunrise Inn. The location is very convenient to travel to the many great sites in Nashville. The room is moderate size, but comfortable with a large refrigerator and microwave. What stands out at this hotel is the front desk staff. Macherie H. checked us in and was so accommodating. Macherie was friendly, gracious, and helpful, giving us advice about where to dine and what to see during our first visit to Nashville. She even helped us with brochures and maps! She gets an A++ for her warm and caring hospitality; she made our visit at the BW a very positive experience. She is a diligent worker and an asset to the BW staff. We also had the pleasure of being assisted by Annie L. and Darla, both of whom were very nice. These three employees, especially Macherie, should be recognized for their excellent service!

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very close to the downtown area yet cost a fraction of the price. Every single one of the staff were amazing. They were polite, courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their face. We couldn't have found a better hotel for our last minute decision to visit Nashville.

The hotel staff, meaning the front desk people were very professional. They got us a couple pillows and a extra rack for our suitcase. The maids lacked a little we couldn't get our bed made up while we sat at the pool for over 2 hours. The breakfast was turned off promptly at 9am and they didn't put fresh eggs or sausage in until 8:55 am at which time the maids and the staff got the fresh stuff. That happened all 3 days we stayed. Hotel is clean. Pool was nice after they fixed the chemicals after 2 days and we couldn't use it 1 day.

From the time we arrived everyone was pleasant. The hotel was clean and so close to downtown. My only complaint would be coffee was empty every morning and breakfast was a mad house. But Nashville has so many other options for breakfast. I highly recommend !

The lady at reception was super friendly and gave us advice on lots to do in Nashville, also arranging for a taxi to collect us at hotel. The rooms were a nice size and clean however the bathrooms were a bit tired and in need of a face lift. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast staff were so nice and sweet

This hotel worked out very well for our stay in Nashville. It was not that far from downtown (not walking distance) and it didn't take too long to get to the stadium. The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

We were so happy we reserved this place, since we arrived after midnight (flight delay) and the rental car counter was closed at the airport. Thus, we had to take an Uber to our hotel. Thankfully it was quite close to the airport and the Uber ride to and from the airport was only ~$13 each way. If I had booked something further away, we would have had a very expensive ride or had to lose the hotel $$ and book something closer. Whew, that was close!

Recently stayed here on a visit to Nashville. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and staff friendly and very heplful. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that drops you right off in the city. If ever in Nashville again I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Quiet 4th floor room. Refrigerator quiet, comfortable bed. Good desk staff. Newly hired maids that need more training. Don't avoid because of this. They will be trained or be no longer employed. Breakfast staff was good, polite, and kept the tables cleaned and food available. These were seasoned, experienced employees.

The staff was great, but the room was not. A few staff members went out of their way to be helpful to us. They brightened up our stay. I was disappointed by the room, however. There was mildew in the shower and stains on the covers. The room was small and not well lit. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in mid July and everything was awesome. The staff were all very friendly. The girls at the front desk, the gentlemen replenishing the breakfast and the cleaning staff. There was plenty of parking and we had free wifi that worked perfectly. The room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy and always had lots of hot water and towels. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of variety and was always being replenished. One small suggestion might be that the breakfast hours be extended. It ended at 9am through weekdays and we found that to be a touch early. We loved that this hotel was so close to downtown. We took the suggestion of the girl at the front desk and took the city bus downtown. It only cost $1.70! Plus we didn't have to worry about parking. We were a bit nervous at first because we're not familiar with Nashville but the bus drivers were very helpful and we met some really friendly people. We did take a cab three times and were charged different amounts each time. Be careful and make sure they turn on their meter. One guy tried to tell us he knew how much to charge us and quoted us an amount way above what we had paid with 2 previous rides. We asked him to turn on the meter and he did. It ended up being way less than he quoted. That has nothing to do with the hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had to call the hotel several times before our stay and every person I spoke to went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend staying at this hotel because the staff is friendly and helpful! It is an easy commute into the city of Nashville and Opryland. Delicious breakfast too!

I picked this Inn after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I was pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I got a good night's sleep on the bed - comfy. Lots of pillows and blankets. The breakfast offered lots of choices from eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Our maid did an amazing job cleaning our room. The staff was very helpful in meeting our individual needs! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will stay at this hotel again.

We'd never stayed at a Best Western Inn before, but after our recent visit we will certainly look to stay at one again. The building was clean and inviting inside and out. The staff was very approachable and eager to please. The hot breakfast set-up was really quite good with lots of choices. The per-night price we paid seemed really reasonable for the quality and service we received.

We enjoyed our visit! We got in late, the power had been out, but they were very accommodating. The room was perfect. We could slept more... but we flew in too late go that. We were able to buy some food/snacks to get us through the night.

This hotel has been remodelled very recently and is really nice. We were impressed with the quality of the room and bathroom. Nice soap and shampoo too. The fridge and microwave were handy, and the 4K TV is really good, with a sanitized remote control that was no covered in goop like at most hotels. It's literally a minute on and off I-24 in central Nashville, so perfect for a quick arrival or departure. Lots of parking. Good breakfast too, so we will stay here again. The only bad thing was the 2" gap under the room door that let in light and noise from the hallway all night long.

We were made very welcome, the room very clean, and such a great breakfast, we could cook our waffles, the bed was comfortable but like many American ones quite high. We went out to eat nearby for dinner.

Friendly front desk, clean room, excellent breakfast food and hours, safe location, highest recommendation! We usually book at Best Westerns because they tend to have all these things. This one certainly didn't disappoint!

Comfortable, clean, an upgrade from the average Best Western. The breakfast was a little better, too. We had a leak outside of our door so the fan was blowing all day and the bath was 4 out of 5 stars, otherwise I'd give them five stars.

We came down to Nashville for 1 night before meeting family in KY. We were have a problem finding a hotel. We choose this one based on reviews. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Breakfast offered plenty of options. It was a $10 Uber ride to downtown. We happened to be there during the CMT awards and none of us were aware of. Free concert from Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Luke Bryant,Sam Hunt. We had an awesome time. Would stay here again.

Thank you for the fantastic stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable and well made and bathroom clean and fresh! Loved having a swim in the pool, and was a big fan of the complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping great, front desk staff lovely and overall an excellent experience.

The Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn off Murfreesboro Road is an excellent stay, value, and service. One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at with a great staff. Room very clean, well maintained, and functional. Full, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage/bacon, gravy and biscuits, fried potatoes, & your normal continental items. Easy checkin, checkout. Convenient to Downtown,Opry Mills area, Franklin, Brentwood, entire Nashville area. Looked safe, felt safe with well lit parking lots & security locking interior doors. Will stay here again when in Nashville.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. Great location for Lane car museum and close to downtown. Very nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff, comfortable beds, large rooms. Easy on and off for I-24. Highly recommend at these prices.

I highly recommend this hotel. This location is a little ways out of town and I prefer that to the hustle bustle of the city. Yet, it was an easy drive to the heart of the city. On the second day after a concert at the Ryman we booked a Lyft ride back to the hotel and the price was a modest $7.34. We stayed for two nights and have no complaints. All of our needs were met. The girls at the reception desk were very nice. The mattresses were firm but not uncomfortable for us. We were too busy to use the pool but it looked very inviting.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. The location was convenient. The mattress was too firm for me to get to sleep. I did not have a good night sleep while staying there. I woke up hurting every morning from sleeping on a too firm mattress.

Located about 15 minute drive from downtown Nashville. Good free parking. Shops and food close by. Modern hotel. Very nice staff. Big room with TV, fridge, wifi and bathroom. Very nice breakfast the only suggestion I would make is to extend the breakfast time by half hour it was always very busy and seemed to finish at 9AM.

I took a girls trip with my sister and our daughters. We were pleased with the location right off the interstate. The room was clean and nice. I was worried about the area but it was fine. There was plenty of parking, the parking lot had plenty of light and there were barrier walls around the back that helped it feel safe. The lobby was very nice and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay at here again.

Two nights stay, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok...if you want gourmet...go to a gourmet place. This was good. Very nice and helpful employees. House keeping went out of their way for us (needed towels). Room was comfortable and was fairly close to local sights.

The room is spacious. Highly recommended for family with 2-3 children. Clean bathroom. Breakfast is good. Receptionist is very friendly. There's a good pizza restaurant next door. Location is okay. Good deal.

Luckily I stayed at this hotel "only" 2 nights because they DO NOT clean the rooms, at least they did not clean mine. This has never ever happened to me in any of the Best Western hotels I stayed in. Towels in the bathroom were lacerated. Rooms do not have good isolation so I could hear every guest walking by or talking or closing the doors. Breakfast was good but staff in the restaurant seemed bit depressed or not interested in job they're doing - it felt a bit weird. Hotel looks nice and is close to downtown but they really have to do something about housekeeping and staff.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was able to check in early when I arrived giving me the opportunity to explore Nashville straight away. The hotel has some restaurants/diners nearby and there's a bus stop located directly outside the hotel for the number 15/55 bus which takes you into the heart of downtown – just watch out on the road as there's no crossing signals. My room was clean and comfortable with a large BED BUG FREE bed, however the bathtub did have hairs from a previous guest in it. The second day when I returned to the hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping service offered; the towels had been taken away but new ones weren't left in their place. I'd sprayed some insect repellent that morning which had caused the floor to be sticky and it hadn't been washed when I returned. However the final two days of my stay, I don't know if the housekeepers changed around, but the service had significantly improved, I was very happy with the standard she cleaned the room to. There's a good selection available for breakfast including hot and cold food; freshly made eggs, biscuits and gravy, bread, bagels, muffins, cereal etc. and the breakfast staff are very attentive, going above and beyond their required job description! The reception staff were also fantastic, especially the lady who worked the afternoon shifts on 8th-10th May! The only thing I would suggest is checking the elevator closest to reception. On two separate occasions, I called for the elevator but it didn't response, the light would go off straight away. It seemed to correct itself after an hour or so but it might be worth checking in case there's an issue which could result in someone getting trapped in there! There is another elevator at the far end of the hallway if this does happen though. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I would return the next time I'm in Nashville!

We found the hotel was close to the highway with easy on and off ramps. we didn't have any problem getting around Nashville. Great pizza right next to the Hotel. Rooms were clean and hotel is well taken care of.

Issues everyday with housekeeping, no towels, no cups, no coffee, door was left unlocked one day, not very clean, complained and it still happened daily either one thing or another. Would not recommend at all. Management you have been told all this before. You have serous housekeeping problems which need to be addressed.

Fantastic solution for a short visit to Nashville - only 10min drive from downtown Nashville (approx. 8 USD for an uber) and much more reasonably priced than most other hotels in Nashville! Great, comfortable beds and refurbished rooms. The main let down is the breakfast - don't bother, apart for bananas nothing tastes like real food! The staff are somewhat confused; housekeeping was desperately trying to get into our room first thing in the morning (despite a do not disturb sign on the door), and then even though we left the room around 11am, it was never made up...

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel. There was loud, pounding music playing all night. My room was vibrating so I could not sleep. Despite my complaint, the staff didn't do anything to minimize the loud pounding music. They told me that they would do something such as calling the police, but nothing happened and the noise continued all night. I couldn't get any sleep and this affected my health and my trip. I have never been to a hotel where loud pounding music played all night. I can not believe I had to pay money to stay at this place when I should be seeking compensation for this terrible night's stay.

Did not get sleep here. There was some kind of party going on and despite my complaints, the reception and management didn't seem to care to do anything about the excessive noise well past midnight. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our family stayed here for one night while passing through Nashville on vacation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms and facility were clean and comfortable. The location is easily accessible from the interstate and the attractions. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee and a wonderful selection. My son loved the waffle bar. The pizza shop in the same lot is the best in TN! Til 5 I believe is it's name. We are planning another visit in the next couple of months and will definitely book here again.

A group of us recently stayed here and had a good stay. The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good too with plenty of choices. One issue though occurred with people we were traveling with. The front desk associate barged into their room after midnight while they were sleeping because he was trying to put another family in the room that was still theirs. They did address the issue though and gave them a free night.

Better cleaning crew or more of them. It looked like they had one person per floor. Room was left dirty, no clean towels and garbage cans full. Reported to manager and cleaning crew with no apology. Had to go around looking for clean towels.

the hotel was very clean and the price was great compared to other hotels in town.this one is out of the town but it only took about 5 minutes to get to.The swimming pool looked nice but it was not opened yet because it was only April.The staff are very friendly people!!!

Friendliest motel I've ever stayed at. From the manager to the ladies at the front desk to the folks doing the rooms to the people making breakfast. They treated us just like family. I would sty with them again if I ever visit Nashville again.

We are doing a cross-country, round-trip, road adventure and we are staying exclusively at Best Western Motels. The Best Western Sunrise Inn in Nashville was representative of the fine care we have been receiving at all Best Westerns. Best Western is a cut above in our opinion and we highly recommend them.

The hotel is updated and clean. The neighborhood is quite rough. The room was nice and ready. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real complaints I had were that breakfast was luke warm to cold when it came out, and the tv remote wasnt capable of getting to the aternate inputs (HDMI inputs) and the tv had no external buttons to achieve this. The staff was able to get it fixed once but I hit the channel button by mistake and it reverted back to cable and I wasnt able to get it back.

One night stay with the hubby. Very Clean. Convenient to downtown and Opryland. Good hot breakfast.Great value. Neighborhood is a little run down but hotel is not. Well lit parking lot and front desk has surveillance cameras visible on monitor. Nice staff. We will stay here again when visiting Nashville.

The motel was great but we wish we had planned activities before our trip. We had a problem with the water. When we went to bathe, there was no hot water. We called the front desk and they told us to try the cold end of the bathtub knob because the water was run backward. It didn't help and Ann came up to the room, verified there was no hot water and switched us to another room. She saved the day and our vacation. She was the sweetest person on the planet to us. I hope management know what a gem they have in Ann. She was pleasant from the moment we checked in and bent over backward to help us enjoy our stay. When we woke the next morning, Ann was either again on duty on still on duty from the night before.

Nice property but not in good location and too far out of city centre ( 20 min bus ride, runs infrequently). Had auth issue with my Cr Card which turned out to be hotels fault ( took out cash in atm lobby); also power failure one morning so no breakfast ( no generator on site); finally promised receipt by e mail when power restored - 2 weeks later no sign of it! No apology / refund offered.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. Usually you get great value for your money with BW and we were not disappointed. Rooms were clean and had sufficient linens. Great breakfast choices and helpful staff. Only suggestion would be to add hooks in bathroom to hang clothing/towels.

Tue location of the hotel is not really pleasant, close to the interstate, good when you want to have a place for one night just to take a rest. Check in was quick and Efficient, rooms were sufficiently large and clean. There was not sufficient space vor Breakfast.

We stopped in Nashville and chose this as it was a BW Plus and we were not disappointed. The motel was updated and served a better than usual; breakfast. The desk clerk (a man) was extremely helpful directing us to various Nashville places and where to eat. It was located close to several Nashville areas and was the major interstates. Would stay here again.

I really don't like to give negative reviews unless they are deserved, so here goes. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful but we were told by one that they were understaffed. An Uber driver said we were located in a questionable part of town and she was surprised there was a hotel built there. Hmmmm. Busy street in front of hotel but a couple of restaurants within walking distance. About a ten minute drive from downtown which is nice. Rooms were spacious and decorated nice. Mattress was okay but pillows were horrible. Bathroom was dirty with hair on floor. Big glob of hair in sink drain that was clearly visible. No excuse for that! No hair dryer in room but was easily obtained from front desk. TV didn't work and they gave us a room credit for that. A/C and internet worked ok. Didn't want to look out window because even though I knew pool was closed due to off season, it was green and slimy. Felt sorry for people trying to use outdoor covered patio next to it. Breakfast was not very good, they don't replace foods for late risers. Not good selection, either. The water dispenser in the lobby was never filled with water, they should remove it. Could hear hall and adjoining rooms easily. We will definitely look elsewhere next time but ok if all else are booked.

Nice hotel with easy access to interstate and downtown Nashville. Good breakfast to get your day started off on a good note. Was very satisfied with the room. There was a stingy problem with having adequate amount of towels for our family of four, front desk staff didn't do much to alleviate that problem.

Room was neat and looked luxurious. Was very dusty. Has a keurig with pods for coffee. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed. Tv, microwave, frig, view over parking lot, not enough side parking. Breakfast, we were told was until 10 on Saturdays. Sign says 9:30, this explains why there were two pieces of sausage, three biscuits, no gravy, no waffles, left. Two pieces of rye bread left. Some cereal, oatmeal, apples, no bananas left. Juice in machines as well as coffee. Stale disgusting cinnamon rolls, explains why there were so many left. Paid $114.00 for night with taxes. Drinks available from desk for 2.00 each, chips and candy also available. Rooms have thin walls, you can hear conversations down hallway, doors slamming from other guests, tv from other rooms. Did quieten down when we returned to room about 1:00 am from show. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion in restroom. Fitness center available.

The hotel was understaffed. The breakfast was pathetic, there was not enough food for the number of guests, There was no Kleenex in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty, The snack area was empty of snacks. Over all not very clean hotel.

From the early check in to check out, we were very satisfied with this location. The entire staff was very accommodating to our special needs. Breakfast options were varied. Should please all appetites.

Double Billed I called twice long distance from Ireland and after 30 minutes each time was promised a refund, but this has not happened, and I see from other reviews it happens often. Gentleman on reception was helpful but manager seemed incompetent.

If you stay at this Best Western, watch your billing carefully. We were passing through Nashville on our way home from Florida. We chose and paid for BW Plus Sunrise Inn through Expedia because of its location right off the Interstate. When my American Express bill arrived, I was surprised to see I was billed by both Expedia AND Best Western. It is two and a half months later and I have yet to be credited by the hotel. I have made three phone calls and told each time I would see a credit within two days. Now I am told they have been through three general managers since my stay and the current one doesn't yet have a password to authorize credits. I will have to wait until he has been authorized. Next step is to contact HQ.

Clean. Only one person working at checking in time – very sweet but absolutely overwhelming – phones ringing etc. No printer at the desk so she had to continually walk to the back to pull sheets from the printer. No one to help her answer the phone etc. Room was clean. Bathroom had some long black hairs around. One side of outside curtains was hanging off the drapery rod. No desk chair (someone had brought in a high top chair that did not work. No “closers” on door so when someone went out exit stair door – kaboom. Internet access seemed OK and bed good. No coffee maker in room and no hot coffee available in the lobby. No clock in the room.

clean hotel with worst customer service I've experienced in a hospitality setting. Staff unable to help with problems- witnessed lack of caring from staff on multiple occasions. Day desk staff was friendly; but that's where is stopped. Had hair in bed sheets upon arrival, but overall clean; easy location and good value option

Ryan the manager was awesome. The only thing I noticed was the hallway carpets needed vacuumed. Everyone was friendly and very nice. It's a bit far from Broadway we actually stayed one night at the best western on music row. They were very unfriendly and not helpful at all.

Beds are too hard!! Make sure to bring a sleep aide!! Also the hotel didn't have extra towels for some friends that traveled with us. However, the staff was really helpful from beginning to end of our stay.

Pretty much a standard Best Western. Breakfast was really bad! One morning they didn't even have coffee at 8AM. Staff was friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to stay there again.

Upon check-in the guy was not friendly at all we got to the room which was OK in cleanl level to say the least we then discovered the TV the refrigerator nor the lights kurige phone or plug-in on the wall work the next day my father called to complain and they offered to let us move rooms we moved to a room that was still not clean and fact I would say dirtier than the first. the next morning I got up to take a shower to my surprise we had one bottle of conditioner and three bottles of lotion I didn't want to go down and ask for some shampoo and it took forever to get one measly bottle of shampoo.

They didn't have any biscuits so I asked front desk she rudely said I don't work breakfast then ask the breakfast person and she tells me that their microwave disappeared and was rude the microwave in pic work I work front desk at another best western I would never talk to people the way this staff has and I work front desk but still help with breakfast when needed not just sit behind front desk even after I asked them about breakfast all 3 the 2 front desk and breakfast person went behind front desk not communicating with guest

Stayed here on New year's Eve hoping it to be a great hotel and a bit more luxurious than the other motels we stayed at. With 4 stars I had some expectations. I was quite disappointed. At many of the Days Inn motels and Hampton Inn there was coffee at all times to grab. Not here, she said we could grab something but it was already cold. The room looked nice and remodeled, however I found many hairs on the bathroom floor, some tiny ones in the bathtub and a few on the blankets. Since we were going out that night and had already unpacked everything, I told the lady at the front desk about it the next morning when checking out and the only thing she said is that she would tell the cleaner and she looked surprised. Some things were empty when we arrived at breakfast and it took up to 15 minutes for it to be restocked. Also, the apple juice was empty and when I told them about it, they only fixed the orange juice in the machine instead of the apple juice. Bagels were pretty dry. For a hotel that charged over $200 for a stay on New year's eve, I found it to be quite disappointing. Luckily, I booked in advance so I did not pay that much.

This hotel is conveniently located near the areas we wanted to visit, but definately not worth staying at. The staff was more interested in sociallizing with each other and their friends than taking care of their guests. The breakfast was terrible. The food was cold and the breakfast area was dirty and unkept. Our room didn't have a hair dryer, only 1 bar of soap, and the maid didn't even bother to show up on our 2nd day.

Staff - spot on. Location perfect for traveling to and from down town. beds very comfortable and room clean. Breakfast needs help, but great oranges! Afternoon cookies a great treat. I hope the electronic key system is corrected SOON... for their sake.

We were in Nashville for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena and wanted accommodations near the venue, but also on the East side of Nashville for our return trip home the following day. Best Western has always been a reliable brand so chose it. Bridgestone Arena was 10 minutes away, the room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable and the area quiet, so got a good night's sleep. An overall good experience. We would stay here again.

This hotel was ok. It's only a few miles from downtown, which is convenient. The area of town was not impressive, but it had chain restaurants and gas stations and is close to the highway. The Uber ride to downtown was $10, and the negotiated fare back to the hotel at 3 am was $20. Negotiated fare means my flat offer price to a cab driver on Broadway without turning on the meter. We checked in 3pm Saturday. Check in took quite a bit of time, as there were initial troubles with my reservation. there were some disgruntled guests looking very impatient. There seemed to be lots of troubles with reservations, it that's my observation/opinion only. However, check in staff were friendly and welcoming and very apologetic. Parking was free and convenient. The hotel was clean and appeared updated in the lobby. The hotel room on the 2nd floor was very nice, clean, comfortable and updated. We had a microwave and a fridge. We slept well without issue. The breakfast was disappointing. Hot items, but constantly empty. The upkeep for fresh items seemed like a struggle. The hotel attendant was talking on her cell phone the whole time she was replacing and refilling items, so it was impossible to tell if she was friendly or approachable. I did learn that someone she knew was getting out of jail the day after Christmas, as her phone conversation was not private from guests and continued the entire 15 min I was waiting for fresh items. The coffee cups ran out so only the tiny juice cups without lids were available. I wanted to ask for a tray to carry items back to my room, but I didn't know how to interrupt the attendant's phone conversation to ask. Luckily another guest helped me carry my plates and open topped mini coffees to the room. He also commented to me about the unprofessional attendant. Overall, if you can get the room for under $100, then it wouldn't be a terrible hotel for sleeping and site seeing. I love visiting Nashville and the downtown hotels are often expensive, so I try hotels within a 3-4 miles radius to see which is best. I will not be booking this hotel again, unless the price was right compared to others.

Hotel was pretty nice, about what I expected for the price. Breakfast was as expected, ran out of milk two of the mornings which was disappointing. Area around hotel was a bit run down, but hotel was fine and parking lot was well lit

I made a reservation online & went to check in at 3:15 pm, the computers were down and they were running upstairs to see what rooms were available. Nobody knew anything. The trash containers in the lobby were overflowing, I looked into the breakfast area and there was pancake mix still on the cabinets faces and on the floor along with other remnants of breakfast that morning. Needless to say, I was not impressed so I canceled my reservation and found a Holiday Inn Express.

I fell at the property in the parking lot the first night I arrived ( had a four night reservation) Bruised my ribs , scrapped the side of my face and hands, and knee. the hotel staff had no clue about a incident report, left a message for the general Manager who didn't return my call. I had to go to the desk and demand she speak with me! We filled out the incident report and she said she would get back to me (which did not happen! I Contacted Best Western customer service and filed a complaint she did not respond to the complaint either. I will most likely have a scar on the side of my face. not even a are you alright from the hotel. This the terrible customer service.

Staff was very courteous and friendly, room was lager than anticipated, clean and comfortable!! The breakfast appeared to be very pleasing, but we were up and prepared to leave before it was completely available but staff was friendly enough to invite us to enjoy what was available at that moment.

Easy booking through my Best Western Rewards program. Hotel was easy to find and near the highway. We booked three separate rooms and all were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, biscuits, fried potatoes and waffles. Easy check in and out procedures. The staff that we had interaction with were nice.

Service was great, but structural improvements need to be made (sewer smell) and air conditioning and roof leaks. The hotel is in a seedy area, but we were able to uber pretty much anywhere for approx $20.

We made an unplanned stop in Nashville and booked this hotel online just before we arrived. Really happy we did. Beautiful hotel, everything looks new and fresh, the rooms were super clean. The bed was AMAZING. I could have stayed in there forever. We were really happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. Really nice staff on reception too. Not too far from main attractions, cheap to get to in a cab.

Great hotel, great friendly staff. Easy to get to. Stayed 3 nights. Very nice breakfast. Took advantage of the pool~~in October. Slept so good in very comfy beds. Nice sized rooms. Would diffently stay again. Cost was 1/3 of the price of the downtown hotels. Used Uber to go downtown.

For us, the location between attractions was key. The hotel was nice & comfortable. The shower in our room needed fixed, but besides that, I was very happy. Breakfast was a little better than expected.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location wasn't walking distance to anything but was a short 10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Late at night you have to use your key to get into the hotel and that was a bonus. I would stay here again.

would stay again. from the personel to the hotel, the stay was great. checked in fast, was told that if we needed anything to just let them know. only thing wrong was our coffee pot did not work, didn't have much time to use it and i failed to report it to the front desk. breakfast was good, variety of items to eat. the young lady cleaning and replenishing food was on her own (her helper called in sick) but she had a smile on her face and was very nice. she kept the food area very clean

Dirty room with last patrons towels in tub. Smelled like heavy smoke even though a non smoking room. Shower head was broken so couldn't shower. What a dump. AC was so noisy and carpet looks like it has never been cleaned.

Good news: Four miles to the city, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good variety for breakfast, quiet room and location. Gas station next door so easy to fill up before leaving. Easy access to highway. Bad news: not much of a variety for restaurants without having to drive. So the night clerk gave us several brochures and suggested a few. We chose Bamboo Garden for delivery. Quite satisfied with the amount and taste of food.

This hotel appears brand new but it is going to become old very fast if the house keeping isn't improved. The trash cans we're all overflowing and the carpets in the hallways did not appear to be vacuumed in a long time. The actual room was nice and clean but every thing else seemed very used. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. It's in close proximity to a waffle house which is great because they stop breakfast service at 9am. We were on vacation. We didn't even wake up until 9am.... We will probably not be checking in to this one again.

Terrible Experience Arrived on a Sunday and check in was fine. Room was ok. Not the cleanest. Found a hair in our bed. A/C in this room was SO LOUD that it kept us up all night. We asked to transfer rooms the next morning. A nice young man (reminded me of Prince) gave us a new room a few down from us. We packed up and went into new room only to find that IT WAS OCCUPIED! There was people's items in this room. Thankfully no people were there at the time. We went back to the front desk and was given a room on the 3rd floor. That night we noticed the a/c unit was EVEN LOUDER than the night before. We spent 3 sleepless nights here. We tried breakfast 1 morning but the breakfast area was Standing room only - SO PACKED. Also - every day around noon the entire cleaning staff was in the breakfast area eating all the extra left over food. It was very unprofessional. We really had a poor experience, and even though the price was good, we would not stay here again. And no - we did not feel unsafe at anytime. The area is not the best but is by no means dangerous.

Needed a room for an overnight in Nashville for the Firehouse Expo. After the 9 Hours it took me to get there I was hoping for a nice room and a good nights sleep. Got a great room and the price was reasonable for the area and the amount of sold out hotels. Upon arriving i was greated by a wonderful lady at the desk and she had me all set up. Check out was just as fast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very pleased and Thank you to the Sunrise Inn Staff

We just stayed here for a long weekend with 3 other couples. We found the staff friendly, the rooms and other areas clean, and an included breakfast with enough options to get the day started. Small fridge and microwave, an iron and ironing board, all very convenient. I appreciated the personal and humorous approach from Passion when we checked in early after driving all night from Canada...she made sure we all got in, situated and had a list of establishments for later that day. The most amazing staff member our group of 8 encountered and after watching the other guests, I am not alone in saying Tanya at breakfast each day.......is an amazing asset to this hotel. She was helpful in answering questions, offering suggestions, cleared and cleaned around us and prepared us the perfect combination waffle (Strawberry and original). Employees like this add so much to a guests experience and she started each of our days off here in a wonderful way. All of our personal thanks to her and the staff / managers of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and truly felt it was the best option for our group. the outdoor pool was nice to have a coffee by each morning. The small gym had enough cardio options to keep us active. ...We will be back

Everything about my stay was fantastic. Staff members are friendly and helpful, room was very clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bed. Lots of options at breakfast including yummy hot food (bacon, eggs, grits, waffles). Location is pretty good- right off the highway so you can easily access any part of the city.

Traveled with a group of friends and chose to stay away from the heart of Nashville. Easy Über ride to Broadway when needed. Great hotel, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Pool area was clean.

This was one of the best B&B's we have experienced. Everything was immaculate, our room so spacious with tea,coffee, maker fridge. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast, so much choice and enough to keep one going for the till the afternoon. Although some distance from the main centre, there was a bus about every 20 minutes right at the door. We couldn't have wished for better.

We stayed here whilst visiting family in the area, whilst not in the best area of town, it was perfect for our needs compared to the prices for paying in town and had excellent quantity of parking which felt safe so we had free movement to get out of town without getting stuck in town traffic. The best part about this place was the staff, we had a couple of hiccups whilst there but the staff were brilliant to deal with and fantastically helpful. Room was clean and quiet and well proportioned. Would quite happily stay here again

The hotel was nice, the room was nice but the breakfast room is way to small. We stayed two nights and each morning there was a tour bus group or two and there was no room to sit or get to the food. They did do a good job of keeping the food trays full and the coffee. But they should have the ability to open another room when they have this many.

This a recently built hotel and is very clean, modern and comfortable. Great beds and quiet as the hotel is set back from the road. This is not a swish or fancy hotel that the high price might suggest, This is Nashville so you pay a premium price. Good. bath room with bath a good shower over it. The bath was very low which made showering easy. Breakfast included hot food, scrambled egg and US style full fat bacon plus lots more. Plenty of fruit, make your own waffles and a variety of cakes! Pity it had to be eaten on paper plates with plastic cutlery, what a waste. Downtown and the action is about 15 minutes by taxi. We used Uber with average cost of around 8/9 dollars each way. There is a bus just on the road too. It's cheaper to get a taxi than pay downtown parking costs. Great stay in music city and well worth paying probably three times over the odds compared with Memphis.

I have some advise if you thinking about staying here, DON'T! The location is in a "Bad Area" . We didn't feel safe at night to leave our Hotel. The Hotel over booked so there wasn't enough parking. The Houskeeping didn't come until late afternoon and then they didn't furnish us with enough towels. The Toliet seat was very loose and they didn't fix it after we reported it.

We booked at this hotel for the price and because it included breakfast. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool area was clean, but we did have to have towels restocked out there twice. The breakfast was good, not exceptional, but good. It was quiet, clean and comfortable... and didn't carry the same cost as the downtown hotels. It was handy and not far from downtown, the airport, shopping, etc. We rented a car and drove to Memphis, Bowling Green, The Grand Ole Opry, etc. and all were easily accessed from where we were. Would definitely stay there again.

Not too far from anything. Very clean and pleasant staff. A few housekeeper complained about their hours and being short handed But had no issues with room. Manager was very helpful and took pride in her job and hotel and so did the guy who was housekeeping manager. The breakfast items could have been switched up but was good.

The purpose of my stay was to attend an event at the Ryman Auditorium. This hotel is not too far from downtown, an easy commute. The downtown hotels were very high priced because of the even I was attending. This hotel is not in the best of areas but we experienced no problems. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Dirty room and common areas, sub standard breakfast. The worst part was the area of town, so awful. There were drunks and homeless men/women in the parking lot next to the hotel and across the street. They were fighting a lot, morning and night.

***DO NOT STAY with Best Western*** They will overcharge your reservation quote, lie that the funds will only be pending until checkout, and then give you the run around and claim it's up to your bank to release funds. You'll then receive a generic Facebook reply asking to please contact them with your info, claim number, etc and then a BS message like: "Thank you for messaging us, Mika. We've circled back with our Customer Care team regarding your file. Thank you for your patience. - Lauren" My "patience" is gone. I have stayed at a Wide range of hotels from lower end, because nothing else was available, to 5 stars. I have Never had a hotel charge the night of check in, let alone charge more than double the total of the stay. Social media is an amazing outlet for showing the true colors of a corporation and I very much plan to show any potential Best Western patron what to expect. I made a reservation in April for this stay. Upon check in we were not told, after our card was swiped, that the amount was almost $200 More than the entire total of our one night stay. We didn't even make it out to the car to retrieve our bags before it was pending on the account. We were advised this would be credited back to our account at checkout the same day (not the 7-10 business day BS) I'll keep you from guessing, it isn't credited back to the account. We called our bank, but the grievance line isn't open until Monday. We only brought our luggage to the room before leaving for the evening, so unfortunately didn't inspect the room. Once we returned for the evening our room key did not work. We kept it by itself, away from electronics, keys, wallet, etc. Not a huge deal, but at this point I'm noting all issues experienced. The bathroom floor had hair behind the door, the linens were also far from clean, and the shower became a poor luke warm at best. Please do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel unless you enjoy a dirty room, a key that doesn't work, and being charged more than double your reservation and having no resolution.

Very nice property, although at night with the gas station across the street, and the people who hang outside of it can be a little frightening, but we had no problems with that. The cleaning crew, needs to be more tentative to their job. Our lienins was taken out of our room, but was not replaced, our beds didn't get made, and trash cans didn't get emptied. Outside of the that, great value and will stay again and see if the room service is better.

Convenient location to downtown, airport and Opry. Breakfast is barely a step above McDonalds. Rooms weren't cleaned daily and the reason was the housekeepers didn't have a key to the laundry room. Hotel was overbooked on Saturday night and there was not enough parking for all the guests and the manager's response was she would go see if there was a parking place that we couldn't find. She finally offered to move her own car which was parked right up next to the building. Customer service is definitely lacking at this hotel. I definitely will never stay here again.

We recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel . It was a $ 20 taxi ride from airport and check in was easy and faultless . The room was clean , spacious and reasonably modern . The hotel was in an average area with limited food options around . We used uber to downtown for around $16 each day and it worked a treat . The breakfasts was normal fare but plenty of it and plenty available seating . Reception was helpful and polite . Overall a good choice and felt safe the whole time . Used the laundry and gym facilities which was good .

This hotel is in a terrible location with no close by places to eat except for a Wendy's. There was no hot water in the room. I also could get no assistance at the front desk as no one was there or answered the bell for over 10 minutes. I had to leave for work and could wait no longer. Very very dissatisfied.

Hotel is very clean and nicely updated . Our room was also very nice and cleaned everyday . Short Uber ride to broadway and around 7 dollars each way. I would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay the high downtown room rates , this is a very nice play to stay , would definately go back !

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly, helpful staff, Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast buffet. Great value! We had never been to Nashville so we just sort of picked a place blindly and hoped for the best. We were so happy with our choice. Close to the airport. Close to down town. Just an overall good experiance

We were in town for leisure as we were chased out of Florida by Hurricane Irma. The hotel grounds were well kept and the room decor was modern and clean. Hotel staff were excellent and friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel is about 8-10 mins outside of "downtown" and 8-10 mins from the airport. My only complaint is that the price is a tad high and there seems to be a stretch of roadway about 5 mins down the road that isn't the greatest area. The hotel itself and surrounding grounds are very safe and well lit tho. There are also other hotels nearby. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is super clean, has free wifi, parking and breakfast. The breakfast bar is awesome with cold and hot food. The hotel staff are very polite and professional. The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins from the highway. I highly recommend this hotel.

Back in August, we chose a Best Western hotel to stay at in Nashville because we've had a nice experience with the chain so far. The ‘Best Western Plus Sunrise Hotel' in Nashville was bragging online about the exceptional customer service they provide and how their customers' needs are a priority. So, we thought even better. However, from the start we've encountered rudeness and maltreatment. After 9 hour drive, we've got there and waited in line to get a room. The receptionist, Chocolate, was wearing a thick chain with the logo “Dare me” and was seizing me up and down from the distance until my turn came. I asked for a room and she told me abruptly that they don't have any room in the entire hotel, hinting that I should leave. I didn't give up and insisted that I saw online that they have lots of rooms available. You can imagine what treatment I got after I dared her! Anyway, we were tired so my husband tried to talk to her, but she complained to him about me, and only after we've accepted tacitly her calumnious discourse about me, she finally agreed to give us a room. Of course, she gave us a room on the highest floor, just in spite because we asked for a lower floor room due to heavy luggage. Obviously, there were lower floor rooms available because she gave those to the guests in line after us. In the room I discovered a red stain on my bed sheet and there were no tissue. So I called the reception, but she didn't answer. I went down and she was chatting with a guy, ignoring me. I dared again to approach and asked for the things missing in the room. She didn't give them to me but decided that she needed to come upstairs to check on things, but never showed up. So, we managed using toilet paper as tissues and me covering the stained bed sheet with my clothes so I would not have to sleep on it. Next day, we told the manager how we were treated he said he'll reduce the room price to 50%. That was nice, although it didn't make it for the stress I've been through. In the evening, when we returned from the town we discovered that we couldn't get in the hotel nor the room with our card anymore. So, we had to approach reception and ask her to let us back in the room as it was her shift again. It was obvious she cancelled our cards, as the one we left in the hotel room didn't work either. It started to get scary as to what else she will come up with and decided to cut our trip short and leave the hotel the next day. I didn't want to leave before I told the manager again what happened and expressed my concern that she'll treat the same way other customers. Dave, the manager, told us that he made our bill ZERO due to this and he'll talk to her. We were very appreciative and I was relieved that he'll make sure this will not happen again with others. Needless to say that when I got my next bank statement I discovered that I was billed for the night and none of his promise was kept. Since then, we've tried unsuccessfully to get in contact with him but he's never gotten back to us. He did get back to the BW customer service people and told them that he reimbursed us. When I asked BW customer service staff for a proof of the reimbursement, they assured me it will be sent to me via email. That never happened. Meanwhile I got an email from BW stating that the case is closed from their end and that they're striving to provide superior customer service to their customers. I am speechless and so disappointed. Bottom line, I was mistreated by Best Western staff and also stolen from and they don't take any responsibility to correct the wrong it was done to me and I just have to accept the fact that this is the best they can do!

Don't stay at this hotel. The place is dirty, understaffed and not a nice location. If you have hair in bed or pillows expect to wait till staff can get to you. I can not recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dave the manager treated us exceptional well. All staff were friendly and helpful. The BW team made our vacation a great success. I will highly recommend it to others visiting the area. One improvement would be a shuttle to take people to and from Nashville hot spots.

My Best Stay ever. Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms. The location was most convenient to all the amenities and places to see and visit. Getting around from here was easy. One stop light to all the interstates or expressways

We stayed here for the Great American Eclipse - and so were most others I think at the location. Despite this, and the hotel being full (Nashville was reported a 99.8% full that week) the hotel coped very well. Overall, the hotel was quiet and quite a find, We found the bedrooms very comfortable and the breakfast very good value. Although only 30 can sit at breakfast at one time we did not find this to be an issue. The hotel is located around 4 miles from the airport but is well connected, although traffic away from the Airport (ie to Nashville) is very heavy in the morning peak.

This appeared to be a newly opened hotel. We were checked in by the manager. He offered us late checkout and even allowed us to select the room of our choice. Breakfast area was very large, neat and well stocked. Plenty of parking.

THis is a lovely place to stay, staff friendly, rooms are lovely and breakfast is good too. Only drawback is distance from Nashville especially if you don't have a car. There is a bus stop on main road and cost to travel is good. Can be a bit confusing as they don't give tickets but if you have to get change you get a ticket for this which goes towards your next trip.

Staff skipped cleaning my room one day. Tile floor in entry and bath very sticky. Breakfast took long times to refill food and garbage overflowed. Food bad. Internet kicked me off about every 10 minutes.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was yummy and our stay was great. A peaceful, friendly hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a clean, welcoming place to stay in Nashville. Thank you Best Western for such a nice hotel.

first room was unclean, they had to find me one that was . was told they would compensate for my troubles. they did not honor that. They noted in their system , however, the clerk said they could not change any rates and someone would get back to me. Never have received any word back. even after sending an email. still nothing. Neighborhood is not the best.

Great stay in a hotel convenient to airport. We arrived later in the day and took a short drive to the hotel. Checkin went smoothly, our room was clean and comfortable. The noise from the airport prevented us from going right to sleep. Once we fell to sleep the comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning allowed us to sleep through the night.

Stayed in a room with 2 queen size beds. Very Clean and neat. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Felt very secure inside the hotel. Only stayed one night but a very good experience. Easy off an on interstate as well.

The property was clean, the staff was all very friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they offered hot options & things like yogurt/fruit. We zipped all over Nashville without an issue in our rental car. We chose this property because of it's price point compared to the downtown hotels and really felt like we made the right choice. We were going to the Grand Ole Opry & downtown Nashville. This was close to both and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. I'm not sure what the parking situation is for the downtown hotels, but parking generally in downtown Nashville is expensive. ($15 for two hours.) Overall this property was a great value & we'd stay again.

Decided to stay here during my honeymoon in Nashville. Staff was awesome. Location is very close to downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. The area of town is kinda rough, but that doesn't take away from the convenience of being so close to main attractions.

We stayed 4 nights. The entrance to the hotel is poorly marked and a bit confusing. Desk staff were amazing... very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The next day the bed did not get made and no bath mat was left even though housekeeping had clearly been in. The third day there was no coffee left for us. On the fourth day there was no coffee or cups, and no clean hand towels or bath towels. The night desk clerk did more for us than house keeping did. Also, 2 of the 4 mornings there was not enough breakfast for everyone who wanted. Not sure if I'd stay here again.

The hotel and front desk staff are excellent. The breakfast was better than expected and the breakfast room was clean and well stocked. Cinnamon rolls (similar to Holiday Inn) and regular and chocolate chip waffles. Fried eggs and sausage. Great WiFi. My only issue was the cobweb next to the A/C unit and the dust in the room. Maybe nobody stayed in that room for a couple of days, but still you have to dust and do a thorough cleaning so that things like cobwebs get taken care of. I expect better from a Best Western Plus.

Our first time to Nashville. This place had a reasonable rate so we booked it for 2 nights. It was handy location. It looks newly remodeled. The rooms were very nice. There was a free full breakfast both mornings. Maybe not exceptional quality but very good for free. No complaints with the breakfast. The front desk was very helpful when we asked for help with seeing the sights in Nashville. We will stay here again on our next visit to Nashville!

Clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful . Beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The Swimming pool was an added bonus and pool area was clean . We had a defect with plumbing the first night we checked and when we called front desk someone came up right away to fix the problem .

As we walked up to the door of the hotel a woman who was outside smoking yelled to us "you checkin in?", we did not respond right away and later came to find out she was the front desk attendant. She was dressed very unprofessionally, did not have a nametag, and did not present herself as an employee or even introduce herself to us at any point. She was extremely rude while we were checking in and wreaked of smoke. I asked for my email to be added for rewards points and she scoffed at me and seemed burdened by my simple request. We stayed for two nights, our room was NEVER cleaned and towels were NEVER replaced. When we went to the front desk to ask for towels that night after finding our room untouched we were told that there were no more clean towels available in the hotel. We were given 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath towels for 3 people. The room was also not very clean upon arrival, water leaked from the ceiling of an exit door and water was all over the door and floor and never appeared to be cleaned up during any point of our stay. There was a good amount coffee spilled in one of the elevators upon our arrival and was STILL there when we checked out. The spot was dried and sticky and started to collect dirt and the elevator smelled like stale coffee. It was so bad I even took photos. During our stay employees constantly wreaked of smoke and were standing right outside of all the entrances to smoke on many occasions... at a NON-SMOKING hotel! The breakfast area was very small and crowded and people checking out had to constantly weave through people trying to eat. The breakfast presentation (specifically the warm foods) was also lacking in my opinion. As a rewards member, I had recommended to my travel companions that we stay in Best Western hotels since I have generally had good experiences. I was thoroughly embarrassed, very disappointed, and extremely disappointed in the hotel, staff, and service we received during our stay. I will NOT reccommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous. Food available at the included breakfast was varied. No problems at all during our stay. I would use the hotel again as it was convenient to the airport.

The price was great, the staff were very nice and helpful, I booked the two incorrect nights and arrived on the day I thought I had booked but was a day early, the quickly found us a room. The location is great and very close to downtown Nashville, only 5 miles away. The only problem was, the room was not very clean and smelled very musty. The breakfast was okay, there were never any biscuits when we came to breakfast on both mornings. Plenty of gravy but no biscuits.

This hotel is a short ten-minute drive from downtown Nashville. Why pay the outrgeous downtown prices? We averaged $9-$11 Uber rides one way. ALL the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, with no funky smells. There is a microwave and nice sized refrigerator in the room. The only thing that could have been improved on with room amenities would be a safe. I would have liked to have been able to lock up presonal and valuable items, rather than being forced to carry them with me because I could not secure them. The room was quiet and the beds comfy. Very happy with the room. I slept great! I was pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast each morning. A thing of the past! Forget those nasty, processed egg sandwiches, muffins etc that other hotels expect you to microwave and be on your way. Not at Best Western Sunrise Inn! There were fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, all kinds of breads, danishes, muffins, biscuits with sausage gravy, a waffle station, hard-boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, three kinds of fresh coffee, a nice selection of tea bags and various juices. I am sure I am forgetting many items. Quite an impressive breakfast that you do not find in many hotels anymore, no matter what you pay for a room. In the lobby throughout the day the juices were readily available and they also had a large carafe of lemonade and apples on hand. A nice touch for when you are checking in and hungry upon arrival. The pool area was clean and well maintained. It was quiet and relaxing to sit by the water and read. Very pleased with this hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

Most everything was average in regards to the room and service. There was a issue with the room phone that did not get resolved and that is a concern to me. When traveling i try to stay close to the airport due to my schedule changing at any time. sometimes cost is a factor in my choosing where to stay. I am not sure that i would choose this location the next time I travel to this area.

Close to all the fun in downtown Nashville! A little gem of a hotel. The exchange was difficult to find to get into the pike, but once on site, everything was great! The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Well I liked the price of the Sunrise Inn the other Hotels closer to Nashville were a lot dearer. Our room was clean and updated, there is a outdoor swimming pool. The Breakfast was good that changed slightly each day of our stay. They didn't offer room service for dinner but did offer menus of restaurants that do deliver and Waffle House is across the road. I would recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

Booked a 3 night stay on July 23, 2017...there is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel...rooms extremly clean...staff friendly and accommodating...grounds clean...breakfast was fabulous, eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, cereal, juices etc...plenty of coffee 24/7...every morning the manager greeted the breakfast guests, even the children...outdoor pool, water was just right and clean....wish I could give 10 stars to them...Thank you Best Western Plus Sunrise for making this trip memorable..

The entire staff was friendly and helpful the entire length of our stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and up-to-date. Breakfast was excellent, too. We will certainly stay at this location again, if we are ever in Nashville!

We stayed here with a very last minute reservation for 2 nights. We were surprised at some of the online negative reviews frankly as our room was terrific when we arrived! They had a very nice breakfast buffet but it closes at 9am and the better food choices go quickly. Day 1 - we were very impressed. Day 2 - we went out touring and were very surprised to realize our rooms were not cleaned nor made up (the tip I left was still on the nightstand also) when we returned around 8pm the second night. Since we were tired and did not want to wait for housekeeping to make up the room, I got fresh towels from the front desk instead. Not sure why our room got skipped with housekeeping but it did.

I had so many concerns and issues with my stay. To start off, I made my reservations for two hotel rooms via phone about 3 weeks in advance. I received a call the day of check-in asking if I was still coming, because they are sold out and have a waiting list. I informed the person that when I made my reservations I indicated I would not arrive until around 6-7pm and that I am en route to the hotel (it was around 6:15pm). He was polite, said okay, and hung up. He then called me back immediately and asked if I needed both rooms still. He stated he was told to ask by his manager due to my credit card information only being on one room reservation. I stated yes, that I needed both rooms, and that I am not sure why the staff did not put my information on both hotel rooms at the time I made my reservation. He apologized for calling twice, and ended the call. I get up to my room (325) and it had a weird smell. I didn't think much of it at first. The room was clean. There were not extra towels nor shower caps in the room, as I requested when making the reservation (not a huge deal). The window valence was falling off the wall. I tried to call the front desk to tell them (I didn't want to get charged) and the phone didn't work in the room. I checked the wires on the phone, tried again, and it didn't work. I placed items in the fridge, only to learn that it was not cool. Since our hotel phone didn't work, I tried calling the hotel front desk by dialing the phone number that had called me twice earlier that night (7/21). No one answered and the phone continued to ring (this was around 9pm). I then went to my other room (323) and called the front desk to let them know about the fridge and phone not working. They stated it would be addressed when maintenance arrived at 9am on Saturday. Saturday morning came and around 10:00am I went downstairs to get breakfast. I inquired about additional towels and shower caps, and the housekeeper (white lady) stated that someone had already taken towels upstairs and that they did not have shower caps.(I later go upstairs, thinking maybe they brought them while I was asleep- only to learn they did not bring them). I spoke to the staff and asked if maintenance had arrive. The confirmed, but could not confirm if a maintenance request was entered. The lady entered an additional maintenance request for me. Maintenance came and was able to fix the fridge issue but stated that the phone issue was in the wiring and that he could not fix it. He stated three other rooms were having the same issue. This to me was a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. If there were an emergency, I would not be able to call the front desk, nor could others call me through the hotel. The smell continued to worsen and I realized that it smelled of mold, in which I am allergic. Front desk confirmed that they were booked for the whole weekend and that there was nothing they could do. They mentioned I had two rooms and perhaps I should sleep in my other room to avoid the mold smell, which 1. Was rude and 2. Was inconsiderate because either way, people would be in a room that smelled of mold. I spoke to the housekeepers Saturday morning, they were friendly and provided me with the items I needed. Sunday comes, m day to check out. Housekeeping bangs on my door at 9:30am, waking me up. She stated she was trying to see if we had left, so that she could clean the room. Check out is not until 11am, so why would she knock at 9:30am? It really frustrated me because I was trying to sleep before my journey back home. When I go to check out the lady at the desk asked how my stay was. I was polite but asked if I could talk to a manager. She stated that because it was Sunday that there were no managers present. I explained that it was my birthday (7/23) and that my stay could have been much better. She was patient with me and encouraged me to call back during the week to provide my concerns. I say all of that to say that I was not impressed with this hotel. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and had much better experiences. I was highly disappointed with the quality of the room. They staff overall were helpful and nice, but the room itself was not.

Hotel was good , but the cost of hotels is getting way out of line....breakfeast is the reflection of the owners of this hotel providing lower quality food. I suspect as the hotel cost keep rising that people will at some point not use hotels anymore. The cost is way out of line, for what u get at the hotel

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful & friendly and the location was ok too. We chose to drive into downtown, but we know there was an option of a bus. We would probably stay here again, as it was a very good price.

We stayed here overnight to catch a flight out of town. I posted pictures of the bathroom. The room was nice. The hotel was nice. Housekeeping was atrocious. I would stay here again and give them another chance but the bathroom was terrible. The washcloth picture I posted was what I wiped off of my feet after walking around the bathroom after my shower. The floor was dark so you didn't really notice it but you felt the grime on your feet. Management needs to spot check housekeeping to be sure they are really cleaning.

Great location, short ride to downtown on local public transport, the staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us, rooms first class, comfy beds, breakfast also first class very excellent, would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

We stayed here with with family of 5 as we traveled through the area. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean with an updated decor. After unpacking and settling in for a few hours, we had a slight issue where the "fully loaded" toilet wouldnt flush. We called the front desk and he offered us a plunger to take care of it ourself because there was no one on staff to help us. One person on duty in the whole hotel? Doesnt sound wise or safe. We ended up fixing the toilet eventually. The pool area is nice. Plenty of seating. Plenty of towels. Secured entry with hotel key. Breakfast served is ample and generous. Day 1 was great! Eggs, potatoes, bacon, ham, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, make your own pancakes, grits, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, juice, coffee. If anything ran out, it was immediately replenished by the hostess. Day 2 not quite the same. It was a different employee manning breakfast on that day. 30-35 minute waits for hot food. Then as soon as it was replenished, it was immediately gone by the waiting crowds of people. Then the 30 minute wait started again. Overall, we'd stay here again. The price was competitive and the stay was decent

Good location, nice hotel and courteous staff but the breakfast menu could be improved upon. Ran out of breakfast about midway through the breakfast time....not a very good selection in any types of food stuffs. The location was right off the interstate which made it handy and easy access.

We arrived midd afternoon and booked in no problems the room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good , the beds where very comfortable, and in a good location, uber taxi was good and cheap.

Was able to check in earlier when I needed to. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was a perfect relaxing part of my trip. Short drive from the airport and downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Close to flawless with exception to late night elevator problems. We informed receptionist the main elevator was down and we were going to forth floor {after a night out down town) she said try the other. Once we told her it was down as well .....she didn't have any advise. Now normally a four floor climb isn't a big deal however, I'm disabled and it made it a little difficult. I don't believe it was done in malice, I think she just wasn't sure how to handle it.All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. Just pointed out situation so staff can be informed on how to better handle a situation like we ran into.

This was a middle point meeting with family (Oklahoma and Ohio). Hotel easy to find. Worked well for all of us. Manager and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast well staffed and replenished. We all will be meeting here again.

The appearance was clean, up to date. However, toilet seat was broke; maintenance told me himself he would go at that moment to repair it. We were there three nights, he NEVER showed! When returning the first night, our door was slightly opened, it never shut on its own after house keeping went in. We checked everything, nothing was missing. This also we were told would be repaired immediately, it NEVER was. Also, we NEVER saw house keeping again! A word to the wise, if you book through another source & pay that isn't BW, make sure when you check in that they DO NOT put a hold on your credit card for the total amount of your stay. That's money you can't use until the entire mess is straightened out! I'm hopefully they weren't trying to get paid twice!!!!! This was for my wife's birthday. To visit the Grand Ole Opry was on her bucket list. She's critically ill. I'm trying to empty her bucket list while we still have the opportunity. The worry & stress over the things that took place that shouldn't have, made her sick & caused her pain level to soar! I feel responsible because I choose BW for us to stay at! This was not the trip I had hoped for for her!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. we were attending a wedding in Nashville. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Girls trip away. Would recommend for anyone visiting Nashville. About 5 miles outside of downtown Nashville, short Lyft ride away. Breakfast offered many options, coffee was good start to the morning. Breakfast seating area is small overall but a non issue. Location of the hotel is close to another so sometimes the Lyft or Uber missed it, just FYI.

Visiting Nashville with my wife this BW was much nicer than expected. Breakfast was good the neatest thing was the hotel manager came out and helped clean up and spoke with the guests; you don't always see that in five star hotels, very nice service

The hotel is great, nice rooms, great breakfast, but don't go out after dark, it is unsafe. Really no place to eat close by, especially if you don't have a car! Staff was great and beds were also comfy.

I decided to stay at the sunrise which is marketed at BW+. The rooms are upgraded and nicer, but the rest of the site is not BW+. I had a good night rest at this hotel. Timely checkin and checkout process. Lots of tours use this hotel. Busy breakfast area. Could use more staff in the AM. One night price is out of line for this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, bit out of the centre of town but a good public bus service just outside about $1.50 each way. Breakfast was good with a selection of both hot and cold foods, clean and well maintained

Staff was awesome especially the general manager. Suggested two restaurants and they were both delicious. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. Only 4 miles from downtown Nashville. We are seniors and took the city bus for only $.85. Will definitely stay there again when we go to Nashville.

If we are ever in Nashville again this will be the place for us. The staff at the desk were a big help in finding a place for supper. It was close and easy to get to. I asked about another location and get an address and detailed information on how to get there. We took the safe route. The only negative was that there was a tour bus leaving as we got down to breakfast. That left little room in the breakfast area. I guess if that is our only complaint things went well with our stay. As I said, we will stay here when in Nashville.

When ever you go away with people you care about its got to be great. Quality time making memories that you can treasure always and look back on and laugh,smile, make fun of one another and just know it was a happy time for all

Very nice property...certainly lives up to the "Plus" designation...lovely lobby, very nice room, great pool area, and tasty breakfast. It is a very short trip into downtown Nashville but costs much less than the "downtown" hotels. Rather than trying to drive and park downtown (which can be expensive), we used Uber which we found to be a great value...just a little over $7 one way. Most parking lots downtown charge, at a minimum, $15/20 per day (and I mean minimum!) plus we didn't have to try to find parking and deal with the traffic. We would definitely stay here on a return trip to Nashville.

Would stay here again! Recently updated hotel. Location perfect if you don't want to spend the money to stay downtown. 10 minute uber ride to downtown . The surrounding area is under construction with many knock downs. We felt very safe.

Nicely modernised, very comfortable and convenient for the I24, I40 and the Airport. Plenty of parking, good breakfast and good free w-fi, but the housekeeping was a bit haphazard. Not cheap (like most Nashville hotels) but I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice fresh BW! Pleasant staff. Lots of parking. Good breakfast and fresh, clean room. Would stay here again on our next trip to/through Nashville and avoid the downtown crush and high prices.

The hotel was great for what I paid. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. I wasn't happy with the area it was in. It wasn't really close to anything. You had to drive a ways to get anywhere.And the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Excellent place. Must stay at this hotel to have an excellent experience with fast and clean rooms. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. New and clean with great decor.

Recently stayed at this hotel. Bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices for everyone. What they lacked was enough housekeeping staff. Both days spent went without housecleaning accept when asked got someone to replace the essentials. Excuse given a lot of check outs and they are the priority not the guest staying in house. This is a shame when your room isn't cleaned and staff comes around after 5 when you are relaxing or trying to get ready for dinner. Too late! Get more staff!!

What a pleasant stay we had in this hotel. Very friendly reception, efficient check-in. Clean, welcoming room with a comfortable bed that is very large. We had a good night sleep here. Breakfast is free and makes a good start of your day. Plenty of free parking space.

The Best Western Sunrise Inn was a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good.It's in a good location on the outskirts of Nashville. The only downside was one night the smoke alarm went off because a guest was smoking in their room. It's a smoke free hotel.

The hotel is two years old, but seemed brand new. It is VERY comfortable and well maintained.The mattress was ideal and we rested well. Staff are friendly and curtious. The property is conveniently located to get to either downtown Nashville or suburban locations. There is a nice outdoor pool with large patio for lounging and also a small fitness center.

Carter as well as the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable although the hallway and room noise was quiet loud. On the 4th day the smell of sewage in the bathroom raised it's head. Even with these issues I would still recommend this hotel.

Came for a conference and all down BW town places were full. This turned out to be a good base to operate from, handy for east nashville eateries, as well as being 10 minutes to the gulch and downtown etc. We also went down to Murfreesboro itself about 30 minutes south east, great golf course at Old Fort. Its a newish facility, quiet, clean and well built. Very happy overall. Breakfast buffet food quality and preparation also good.

The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The hotel did seem understaffed. We had to ask for enough towels in day 2. But overall a good experience. A few blocks down was not a nice neighborhood. This hotel was fairly close to everything and for the price it was close enough to downtown.

We had the best time!! The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. We had clean towels and sheets everyday. It was tranquil. We are a Hispanic family and we loved that a Mexican ice cream shop was attached to the hotel and that there were Mexican stores and restaurants right down the street. The breakfast was good. I'm sure there are those that will nickpic things, but it was a busy hotel. And we didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Nashville.

Hotel is modern, clean, quiet with very friendly staff. Although it is in an area with little amenities close by, you are still only 12-15 min to downtown Lower Broadway $7.95 Uber ride, airport less than 10 minute drive and Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mall 15 min away. Breakfast very typical of what you would expect from a free breakfast, no complaints there was plenty to choose from. Only complaint and a very minor one, is that the hotel could be better marked. They have a sign away from the hotel, so the uber drivers got it confused with the Days Inn next door. All in all, very good hotel.

The hotel is not very old so is quite modern. The staff were very helpful on the front desk. This hotel serves a good breakfast but the seating area is a little on the small side (no different to most hotels). The room we had was well equipped and very clean. As the hotel is away from downtown there are various options to get to the action, You can drive in but then there is the cost of parking, you can get a taxi which will cost about $15 or the other option is take the local bus which stops outside the hotel and costs $1.70 and the bus station is easy to get to once you are downtown. The only draw back to this hotel is that there is no where to eat close to the hotel. We ate downtown which was easy as there are plenty of bars that serve food and have live music.

This is a very clean hotel. The beds were comfy. Shower has awesome pressure. It's close to downtown so you can uber and not have to find a parking spot. It is in a kind of questionable are of town, but we had no problems. The parking is well lit.

Nashville was booked the weekend we arrived. We were fortunate to be able to locate this property for a one night stay. We were afraid that it might be second rate and in a poor neighborhood. But it's very nice. We were visiting a friend near Vanderbilt. It was an easy drive from the hotel, only about 10 minutes. Standard breakfast fare (scrambled eggs and bacon) with breads, muffins, etc.

I had a confirmed reservation through Costco. Check in is 3 pm. We arrived at 6 pm and no rooms were ready due to late check out. That is not acceptable. If you know you have guests checking in you should not offer late checkout. After driving 8 hours the last thing we wanted to do was sit in the lobby for a half hour with our luggage waiting for a room. Very poor planning and management. If we pass through Nashville next year coming home from Florida I will not stay here and I will be contacting Costco travel about my experience. Once we got in the room I was pleased. It was clean and the bathroom was relatively large. Nice location right off I 24.

Nice property very clean all the way around from the outside to the lobby to the rooms they were all very nice. The staff was very friendly greeting us immediately upon our arrival. My only two issues our first there is no best western sign on the outside making it difficult to find and second the pillows on the bed are extremely small making them uncomfortable to sleep with.

This hotel has just been refurbished. In fact there isn't even a Best Western sign out front yet. It is immaculately clean and has brand new bedding, pillows and big fluffy towels. My bed was super comfortable and the room was exactly what I needed— an inexpensive but clean and comfortable room for the night. My room cost just a little over $100—a bargain. My only suggestion for improvement is this: the room locks don't have slots, you just wave the card in front of the door handle to unlock the door. I spent a couple of minutes quite confusedly searching for a slot that wasn't there. If the concierge had alerted me to this it would have been helpful. An excellent bargain.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and it was a false alarm that was happening almost nightly prior to our stay. The employees had no idea what to do, and the fire dept stopped responding because they had shown up multiple times that week. We had drunk people across the hall from us that kept waking us up. Our phone rang in the middle of the night and no one was there. Our deadbolt on our door didnt work. Our bathroom smelled like sewer gas. The AC unit didnt work properly and would not remove the humidity in the room. I picked this place because of other reviews that made it sound OK, but in no way was that our experience. Ruined our vacation

stayed here on trip to Nashville .. good price for a good room .Staff friendly and helpful ,Hotel clean and tidy ..bed very comfy. Will definitely stay here again as long as it remains as good. Great location for access to main roads

We enjoyed the location and value. Nice breakfast selections, comfortable beds, clean room and free wifi. Rooms were not cramped. Good TV selection and nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room.

So here I am awake in the early hours again because the fire alarm is ringing every few minutes. Either somebody has a sense of humor or this hotel has a problem. Rooms are big with good wifi and AC BUT nothing else matters when you are exhausted from a broken nights sleep. Never known anything like it - won't be back!

I checked Trip Advisor before staying at this hotel and I agree with what I read before my stay. The hotel looks real nice outside, the room was really clean, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was pretty good. It is just the area around it that gets a thumbs down from me. I did not feel especially safe coming in at night after being in downtown Nashville. However, I felt safe inside the hotel. This was a great location for getting to downtown Nashville for a show at Bridgestone Arena. You can go by I-40 or stay on Murfreesboro Pike and get there in just a few miles with minimal turns. The lobby did not smell so fresh the day we entered but the room smelled fresh and was clean. Ample hot water too! The breakfast was pretty good.... eggs were better than most hotels. They have cinnamon rolls like a competitor hotel but these are not as good here. This is just my opinion though. The area around this hotel has a couple of old hotels nearby that are either deserted or near empty. Watch for people hanging around outside late at night.... NOT at the hotel but in the area just down the street. It would be better to travel interstate at night coming back to the hotel from downtown Nashville. Overall a good and comfortable stay and their prices were lower than many in the Nashville area (and in nearby towns) on the night we were there for the show.

We decided to save some money and stay a little out of town and we are so pleased we did. Great hotel, staff were great (especially Carter), room was fab and we had free parking, wifi and breakfast included. We used Uber - $9 into downtown $36 in total we paid for 4 cabs - much much cheaper and easier than staying in downtown. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. I just wish the pool had been open but that is just a minor point.

My wife and I came to Nashville for fun get away. This place was clean, friendly, and was only $8-13 Uber ride to anywhere in Nashville. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Nashville.

We checked in for a weeks stay. Walking through the doors we noticed a very clean refreshing smell. The lobby was bright, clean and eye catching. Staff was very nice. Rooms very clean and looked beautiful. So far very happy we chose Best Western Plus sunrise inn! Looking forward to the complimentary breakfast in the morning!

The room was clean, average for the money paid. The Hotel gets Bus Loads of people that flock the Breakfast area all together as all of them have to get to same Bus at same time. That makes it difficult - they should think of expanding the Breakfast Area. Another thing that made me give it a three star was that there was a Bad Odor coming in our Bath Room Room No. 316 - did inform the Front Desk and nothing was done about it. Did not pursue as we were there only for a night.

I travelled to Nashville to ride the Natchez Trace trail and needed a hotel that would store my bike box for the week. Must have called every hotel near the airport and the Sunrise was the only hotel that would accommodate my need. Rooms are clean and neat. Center of town is only 30 minutes away by bike on RT 41. It's a busy road and Nashville could do a better job improving the road for cyclists - so be careful. Didn't plan on rain ( my bad) and asked the hotel for a couple of trash bags to cover my panniers and they were more than accommodating. Only 10 minute Uber ride to Nashville nightlife and cost about 8 bucks. Only 10 minute Uber ride from airport. Again if your coming to ride the Natchez and need to stay near the airport and City Central before and after your ride - the Sunrise is the place.

If you want an affordable, safe place to stay close to the vibrancy of downtown Nashville, check out this Best Western with its warm, inviting staff, comfortable rooms & great, healthy breakfast! Staff will offer to assist you with directions & transportation to Nashville venues & anything else you need. Very easy to get to the various tourist spots whether using your own vehicle or alternate methods. Very convenient location!

Doors slamming in the hall way all night long and people talking all night long outside our doors was almost to much to take.Staff was great except in the morning when they stood outside our door and talked for what seemed like hours 5:00 am until around 6:00 or after, there storage room was just outside our door. Next time I will make sure any staff work rooms are at the opposite end of the hotel.

The hotel has been updated and looks fantastic. The room was very comfortable and large. Don't let the exterior fool you! It was great. Friendly staff, convenient location, reasonable price. I would recommend this BW!
