Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel

The warmth and kindness of the thoroughly competent staff, from asst. mgr. to housekeeping made our stay outstanding. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. Breakfast was the best I've had, and the area was kept well-stocked and clean Just a very nice motel!

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times in the past eight years, but it has recently gone downhill quickly. This was my last stay and I will never go back. The entire property has become shabby and poorly maintained, the toilet in my room ran constantly, fan didn't work, and worst of all, the room was infested with cockroaches! This is absolutely not Best Western standard, and if it is, I'll be staying at Hampton Inn or Hilton.

have stayed here before and will again for the 4 B walking horse sale. nice clean rooms and great staff and great location to stay at for anything going on at the Expo center. and close by to great resturants.

Prices were a bit steep, but definitely worth it to me! The room was clean, the beds were soft, showers were hot, and the breakfast was good! We will definitely stay here again! Plenty of options for ordering in dinner as well!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and helpful to us. Everything worked properly and the bed was comfortable. We forgot toothpaste, and they were kind enough to give us some of the sample sized packs. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom, and ours had a full sized shower. Highly recommend staying here!

The toilet didn't flush without holding down the handle until the bowl emptied. The light or lamp shades were dirty looking. The bulbs were dim and were also different colors. Two stinks bugs were found in the curtains. Found pretzel near chair easily. Finally the front door had duck tape over the entrance which made the building less secure.

Pros: The room seemed clean and had micro and fridge. Breakfast had variety. The lighting in the parking lot was good. Cons: There are no signs to help you find the way to hotel in the dark. Outside doors taped so they didn't close. The exterior needs upkeep. There seemed to be dog poop in one of the stairways. They said they only put dogs on 1st floor, but we were on 3rd and a dog came out of the room. There was no barking though. The black carpet made the room seem dark. Had to use a flashlight if you dropped something. I'm probably picky because we are used to Marriotts.

This property is consistently clean, the staff kind and welcoming, the room fresh and comfortable, and the breakfast hot and tasty. We stay here repeatedly traveling to and from Connecticut to visit family. We look forward to the same restful experience every time.

The pictures online do not match what you see when you pull in the parking lot. The outside looks neglected and rundown. Since it was late and we had reserved a room, we were hoping the inside was better. One quick look in the room and we saw that it was not clean. The bed wasn't made and there was a cookie on the floor. We immediately went back to the desk to get our money back and leave. Not sure what's going on there but the bare minimum of expectations is a clean room and they did not deliver.

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean - the beds were cozy and comfy and loved having 4 wonderful pillows each! The bathroom was spacious, clean with plenty of linens. The front desk staff was amazing and made our stay much more enjoyable! The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of things to choose from. For dinner we walked about a 60 second walk to Cracker Barrel. The hotel is easy peasy access off the highway with gas stations, several fast foods and more within a 2 min drive. Definitely recommend and will stay there again when in the area. Thank you Best Western!

Outdoor landscaping shows neglect. Poison ivy, dead shrubbery, etc. No water pressure in shower. Poorly layed out room. Breakfast items were not hot. Staff seemed unconcerned regarding key cards not working to get into the room. Two trips to desk to have this rectified before we could gain admittance to the room.

This hotel was renovated several years ago, and now looks like nothing has been done since. The locks to the outside doors did not work, leaving the rooms vulnerable to anyone who might walk in. The staff was very nice and responded quickly when someone in the next room allowed their dog to bark continuously.

Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was nice and quiet. The hot breakfast available each day was fresh and the food area and dining room very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We have stayed at the hotel regularly every year in August for the last 10 years. This hotel is older but the decor was updated in the last few years. Yes, It has some dated wear and tear, but the hotel has always been clean and the staff friendly and able to trouble shoot any problems. Comfortable beds, clean white linens, clean bathroom. Nice to have the refrigerator, microwave and Keurig type coffee maker. The breakfast is hot, the staff friendly and the coffee is good.

Every room has a balcony & which people smoke there. The smoke is blown into the rooms via the A/C so room smelled of smoke the whole time I was there. I have allergies & this was not good. Place needs a good cleaning also.

Hotel appears to be remodeling which is a good thing. As for positives, our room was immaculate, nicely appointed and showed pride by housekeeping. The lobby area was remodeled as was the breakfast area. Front desk was very accommodating. Jen was in charge of breakfast and this had to be the best breakfast we have ever had. Very clean and organized. Jen was constantly working to make sure all was in order. The pool area was bright and clean...very inviting. As for the negatives, the outside is in dire need of updates. Power washing the cement would surely help as it appeared 50 years of gum and dirt were there. Pulling weeds and putting down mulch would also make a better first impression. The doors into the building (other than the main entrance) had black tape on the latches so as not to work. Overall, if you can get past the outside and getting to your room, it should be a very nice stay. We were ready to leave when we saw the outside, but once in our room we couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoy this motel and have stayed here for 3 nights on two separate occasions. It is clean, quiet, large rooms and staff is friendly and courteous. The only complaint is that we stay in the room alot and there is no choice of tv channels. They need to get cable.

Have stayed here for years and really liked it ,but over the last few years have seen it decline to the point its just don't worth staying at.The floors are dirty to the point you need to wear shoes at.all times while in your room.Early checking online is totally useless pre the mgr on duty told me.

This hotel was close to the interstate and a Cracker Barrell which made finding a place for dinner easy. EVERYTHING was top notch and I am PICKY! ... Extremely clean rooms, NICE and spacious breakfast area with plenty of seating/variety to choose from including healthy options along with hot options. Super friendly staff and comfy beds made this stay our best out of 10 other stops we made on this trip! BRAVO and thank you for the best night's sleep in two weeks! I woke up with NO aches and pains! HAPPY SENIOR here!

Husband and I and our dog stayed one night and it was awesome. Clean, comfy, employees were great. I used to work for best western about 30 years ago so it is my go to hotel. And like I expected all was great! Hot food slept great and the shower was amazing.

Excellent overall stay! The room was clean, the towels and sheets were soft and the beds slept well. The breakfast was good. With a wide variety of foods from toast and bagels to cereal to hot food like pancakes and waffles, eggs, potatoes and biscuits.

We reserved this room same day during a recent road trip. We called ahead and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. When we went to our room after check-in it had not been cleaned. We returned to the front desk and Wed, the clerk on duty, quickly got us into another room. This room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with basic options of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and various bread and cold options. Overall we enjoyed our quick visit and may possibly plan to stay again if traveling the same route.

We found this hotel on map quest for $83. When we went to the desk the clerk said the price is $160. This is Bait and Switch. She said there is a different price for weekend, but it is not the weekend. It was Thursday. She also said the website has NOT BEEN UPDATED. She should have given me a room for the price listed + tax. UNACCEPTABLE ! WE DID NOT STAY! Jo-Anne McLaughlin

We booked a regular room through Hotwire which apparently goes through Expedia. The booking was for 1 room with 2 queen beds. Our credit card was immediately charged. Upon arrival the desk clerk informed us that we had a handicapped room. He refused to change the room, saying it was chosen by Expedia. So, having no choice, we took the room. The bathroom shower was impossible to control. We couldn't take a bath because the tub was too shallow. Now consider that we are two seniors, ages 76 and 78, trying to get a bath. Terrible experience. In the process, everything in the bathroom got wet. It's laughable that this is a BW+ and a resort. From a security standpoint, the outside door of the building required us to use our room key. It took 6-10 attempts before the door would unlock.

The floor was dirty, the couch had dog hair all over it, some bed linens were soiled, the TV remote was glitchy and so were the entry key cards, and the bathroom was ridiculously tiny. The first-floor rooms have sliding glass doors that go out onto a patio, however the area in front of the patio slopes down a grassy hill, so we had to walk around the front of the hotel to get to our car. I also noticed that the lobby had many signs saying various items were out of order. This place definitely needs a makeover. I saw that there was a Hampton Inn right across the street from the Best Western and if I had known that I would have checked that place out and went there instead. I actually contemplated checking out when I saw my room and going across to the Hampton Inn, but we were in a rush to get to a family gathering, so we cleaned the room as best as we could with a towel and lint brush. I will never stay at this place ever again.

Very poorly managed location. Run down and neglected. Pool moldy and cracked. Our room had no ventilation in the bathroom, sliding door hadn't been cleaned in who knows, same with outside patio garbage and pet garbage. Room AC sounded like it had been on its last legs for awhile. Moved lounger so dust bunnies could be cleaned but never were. Ice machines on every floor broken and very scanty stocked vending machines. Not much pride in their business.

The "staff" is nice and fun. At first glance the hotel is older - but it's nice inside and they have cookies. The layout is odd- but you get in the rooms and they're indistinguishable from a Fairfield and super super clean. Two things I didn't like - 1. The breakfast - Fairfield like but no oatmeal flavors (plain packs) and no brown sugar. Get flavor packs - and maybe some HB eggs. Two - leaving the tip envelope in the room is beyond tacky. I tip - but it's insulting to leave the envelope. Pay your people more and add $1 or $2 to the room rate. I'd stay again - very clean, nice and an overall good place. But next time I will ask for a room opposite the freeway - it was very loud and sleep was ehhhh - just because of the roadnoise - but I know for next time to ask for the opposite side.

My son lives in VA, and I live in AL. We met halfway twice to pick up and return my grandkids for a 2-week visit. We stayed in another hotel chain the first part and Best Western the second part. This hotel was hands down the best of the two. The price was great, the rooms were larger and cleaner, the breakfast didn't even compare to the other one and we totally enjoyed our stay. We have designated this hotel as our new HALFWAY MEETING PLACE!

This is an older motel, that just exists, no real upkeep other than the minimal. Room was clean but old, bathroom was dated, sink did not work, water ran all over floor when turned on. Room was adequate but not for the price. Also booked on line for 2 days, went back and booked additional day, was given cheaper rate for 3rd day, when checking in manager deleted 3rd day and added to original reservation at higher rate. Questioned upon check out, desk person could not help only manager could, was told manager would resolve, 2 weeks later still not resolution. Will stay at different hotel when visiting this area in future

Chose to stay here as an overnight stop mid-way between Connecticut and Mississippi. Hotel was easy to get to, right off I-81. Check-in was effortless,, especially if you book on the app. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast, made and served by the nicest lady, was delicious and plentiful. We have already booked our reservation for another trip to visit family.

The outside and hallways appear to be an old run down hotel so I did not have high hopes, but once inside the room, I was very happily surprised. Everything was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and staff of the hotel were all friendly and helful. All were willing to make the stay comfortable. I would definately stay here again if in the area and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel in general very nice. Breakfast staff were fantastic. Shower not working. I reported to Mgr during checkout who asked why I didn't call them. I exp I already had to get dressed. Didn't have svc call time.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for two nights. It was our worst and most expensive experience at a BW establishment. The entrance to the building was so overrun with trash, it gave me pause. Add that to the cigarette butts, animal feces, dirt/mold, and overgrown weeds, I wanted to switch hotels but were unable to find one so late in the day who would accept a small dog. The bathroom floor looked as if it had not been touched prior to our stay. The amount of dirt and hair was absolutely disgusting. I would not allow my husband or dog to come in until I cleaned it with disinfectant wipes. Just because a hotel is older in years, doesn't mean it cannot be well maintained and clean. I recommend you not waste your money on this place.

This hotel was economically priced and clean with comfortable beds and a bathroom that is obviously cared for. The front desk folks were patient and kind, and breakfast was acceptable! I truly appreciate the Bible in the drawer. Certainly will stay again!

The room appeared clean however the floor had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there were doors opening and closing all night as well as dogs barking nonstop. It was very noisy, yet the bedding was very comfortable.

This hotel was perfect. 100% worth your money. The receptionist was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast had good quality food and was served Buffett style. The room was extremely spacious + clean and beds were comfortable. Will be stopping at this hotel when we are back in the area.

This facility is older, yet clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast service is the best we've encountered. Nearby access to a gas station and the Cracker Barrel also made this a nice play to stay.

I stayed atvthe Best Western Plus in Morristown TN for my birthday weekend. The first thing I noticed was how quick and easy check-in was. The lobby was clean and well decorated. Next, I went to my room. It was sparkling clean. Plenty of towels and amenities. The bed was HEAVENLY! Breakfast was a new experience. Instead of a help yourself buffet it was an 'order and we will make your plate' buffet. What a great way to keep everyone safe. My breakfast was bacan, scrambled eggs and waffles - delicious. The last thing I wanted to mention was the customer service. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who checked us in, gave us directions, and checked us out. He was so friendly. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. It was a top notch stay. .

While the check in/out was quick and easy, and the breakfast was good 9but eggs seemed off), the rooms are small and the bathroom was tiny. Much smaller than other Best Western Plus hotels we have stayed at.

This is “the best” hotel. I have stayed here several times this year. The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The best part is the manager of this hotel goes well beyond what he is supposed to do to make sure you have a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast in the morning is perhaps the best. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a good priced, comfortable stay.

Every clean easy in and out everyone was helpful had a good breakfast and had a lot of restaurants nearby Morristown was about six miles away the king bed was nice had a couch in room bathroom very nice recommend highly

Very clean and updated rooms, easy to find, nice location next to cracker barrel and mc Donald's. 10 minutes from Walmart, 1 hour from Bristol motor speedway. Friendly workers and great breakfast would stay again

Started staying here when our lease ended and was unable to find another house. When My wife, me and our 2 teenager kids first stayed here we asked about long term stays we was assured that was fine. Well this was May 1st, now 4 months later my wife and son get sick, And the "manager " comes to our room questioning my wife about details about us. We do not bother anyone, We clean our own room, we do not have pets (well a 3 pound guinea pig that stays in her tub), We are not loud, we don't use their free crap, free breakfast or pool. Now once my son got sick after his football game Friday and I missed a few days of running orders which did put me a day behind. The lady at the front desk was awesome she helped us when we needed it so I owes $276. They kindly asked me to pay it and to pay the following day, No problem, I pay everything up like I always do then I get a phone call stating that the Owner Sam Patel does not allow extended stays even though this hotel is listed at the #1 spot for hotels that offer extended stays. So Kim the GM I assume asked if we could "kindly" leave. We have really no where to go, Only reason we stayed here was it felt safe and we was told before that Sam took care of his people. Well that was quickly figured out as a lie. During the course of these 4 months we have lost over $1,400 due to their errors and between Chase Bank and Best Western no one knows what happened. I even told her we had no where to go and they was basically throwing out a homeless family but he didn't care. Then alot of info came to light now, 4 rooms down is 4 people that have been here for months and are "extended" through the end of October, They have people extend all the time. This by no means is what we want to call home but until a home opens up we can only do what we can for our kids. I do want to make a note here the House keepers are beyond helpful and Sara st the front desk is great, However the owner which owns a few Best Western is a poor excuse of a human. I want to point out we have paid over $13,000 to date to stay here, Once they "Management " found out my wife and son was sick it all changed. So if you want to stay at a place where the owner that takes your hard earned money literally doesn't give a crap about you then Best Western is for you. But there are alotnif nicer and cheaper hotels around. Now that we are looking we have found something just as cheap, nice and got excited when we asked about a long term stay. I will go to no ends to get our story out there, Best Western in Morristown has no problems throwing a family out. I could understand if I owed $500 or even $300 but we don't we are paid up til today which is when we was asked to leave. Also want a contact buzz???? Stay on the second floor you gonna love it! (If you come in the evening brush up on your India language as Nick will over charge you mess up your bank accounts and say oops don't know how fix come back tomorrow) that's how my Chase bank is $1,200 jacked up. (They don't offer overdraft and the hotel is the only people to use it) Well I have wrote enough If you still plan on staying here GOOD LUCK.

The staff is wonderful here made the check in process very easy. The room was very nice and clean, the pool was also very clean and easily accessible. The fitness had some good options of equipment to use

Upon arrival I noticed an awning over an entrance walkway was mildewed & the grounds were in desperate need of some landscaping. The walkway into the hotel was dirty as well as the mats at each entrance. More debris met me at the door to my room. A little musty smelling & vinyl hardwood was a little slick that I attributed to the floor cleaner used. First glance the room appeared tidy but no where close to a confident clean. As I open the curtains to the balcony I saw 2 drink cans that were used as an ashtray by the previous guests? Could use some detailed & thorough cleaning.

The registration process was quick and efficient. The room was very clean. The wood floors were a plus. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The climate control system was effective. The shower temperature and pressure were good. I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel to travelers with pets.

Spent two night. Rooms were neat and pleasant. Had a nice balcony space for lovely view. Bathrooms and bed were nice and clean. Breakfast was not only free but was served fresh and of variety. Staff were really helpful. Overall lovely experience. Would strongly recommend.

We chose this site to stay because of the pool and other reviews. - the pool was disgusting and closed for maintenance (maintenance on June 28- July 2) we won't stay there again on our next visit to the area. Room was clean - issue with toilet it flushed but you had to lift the lever to stop it from flushing . AC unit located right next to the head of the bed - had to use couch cushions to redirect the air away from our heads.

No maintenance on outdoor pool area for over a week. Dirty tables and chairs in disrepair. The base of the hand rail to get out of pool was about to fall down. The pool had no clhorine in it for over a week. The algue was so think you thought the pool was green. The breakfast the first day was cold, the second day I had a hair in my food. The outdoor porches are so dirty and not cleaned in the rooms. And when I asked for some consideration for the condition of the facility I was told we have to take it to the next level, which never happened I am sure.

Hotel staff is very nice. Our check in/out was quick and easy. The room was very clean, quiet and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was made for us at the counter by a staff person so everything was hot and fresh. Dining area was clean and we had the option to eat there or take back to our room.

The bathroom lock broke with my son in it. 1 1/2 hours to get him out. The front desk male kept asking me how he locked himself in. My son is 20! He did not lock himself in. He asked again the next morning. And nothing to compensate me!

The room was very inviting. Bed was so comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I will definitely stay here again as I have stayed here in the past. The lighting in the room could have been brighter. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am. That's late for this traveler so I missed it.

Great service. Clean room. Felt very safe during stay. Breakfast was fast and tasty. Lady serving breakfast was very nice and all areas were clean. I will definitely stay at this location in the future!

The front desk employees were phenomenal, the morning breakfast lady was outstanding since it was served and not self service. The room were adequate for our stay, but the cost was a little toooo pricey for the room value. There are better priced pet friendly nicer hotels out there but not in this area. The only issue was charging $1 per bottle of water that cost maybe .10...

Comfortable bed and it was quiet overnight. Housekeeping staff was rude when I told them the floor needed mopped due to some juice that was spilled. They said "we don't mop." I hope someone's mopping!

Outside of the hotel was clean, tidy and well kept. Lobby was neat and updated, desk personnel were personable and helpful. At first glance our single king, non smoking room was clean, and modern. Sheets were crazy soft, bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Bathroom, however left a LOT to be desired. Shower and sink were clean, but it looked like they had washed the floor with a dirty mop. Literally dirt in the grout lines. It looked like there was grime all around the tile baseboard. In the hallway outside of our room, the rug outside the elevator had also been cleaned with a wet dirty mop. Mud on the floor all around the rug. We checked out a day early due to a change in plans. We did not immediately receive our $30 deposit back, and they referred us to AAA to get a refund for the day we didn't use. She couldn't print my receipt for some reason, so I left without one.

The reservationist Nick was sooo helpful and friendly. he also assured me i would get a good nights sleep...I did. due to Covid I wont mention the breakfast since every where i stay the food is atrocious. but they have coffee and cookies to munch on during your stay. Loved the room!!!!

Great breakfast, easy access to interstate, and good internet connectivity. Room was cleaned. Loved that cleaning does not occur unless requested. I Wished staff would wear masks as required right now.

The staff and hotel is great. Very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was takeout due to Covid-19 but was delicious. Cracker Barrel attached to there lot so easy walk. The only 2 complaints is they need better internet and more items that provide plugs in the room. Everyone travels with electronics. I stay here ever time I work in the area. You cannot beat the hospitality.

The property looks nice, the rooms are comfortable, the people at the desk are nice. Now let's talk pandemic expectations.....our room has the "sanitized" sticker on the door indicating the room had been thoroughly cleaned. NOPE! we pulled back the sheets on both beds....black hairs and a yellow stain on the sheets. Yuck. Then we started really looking around the room. Popcorn behind the chair, a blue M&M under the bedside table, small hairs in the shower. The room was NOT cleaned and then left us with the impression that it was not sanitized. We called the front desk and they moved us immediately but "damage or exposure already done". No one came to look at the room that night. The lady at the desk the next morning said they would reduce our rate after looking at the pictures we had taken (why couldn't someone come up that night and look at the room?), but I haven't heard from them since so I am unsure what they will do.

This “hotel” was questionable at best. Employees were not wearing masks, bed sheets/ pillows had hair on them from previous guests. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors television... and everything else

I am not really a "motel" person but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room and the fact that we were able to bring our 50lb Aussie was great! Spent only one night as we were only in town to view some property we are purchasing. I will definitely stay here again if needed. The room was large and very clean and had a nice patio out the back with sitting area. It was very quiet even though it was on the freeway side. Cracker Barrel is right next door so dinner was convenient!

We were booked by Priceline and arrived 10:00 pm. We were told Priceline had been overbooking the hotel all day even after the manager had spent hours trying to fix the problem. So there we were, totally unfamiliar with the area and no other place for miles had availability---no thanks to Priceline there were many others just like us standing in the lobby in the same bad situation. Sara and Stephanie at the front desk didn't just say, "Sorry,come again." They manned the phones and called every hotel for 20 miles to try to find us something. You know what? They did! It took awhile but they found us a lovely hotel. They were sympathetic and professional. They didn't have to do any calling but they went above and beyond. They actually tried to book a room at their hotel thru Priceline to see if Priceline was still overbooking. Priceline was still taking reservations for the hotel even though the ladies had just called Priceline and told them the problem and asked them to stop booking. Hate Priceline - love Sara and Stephanie!!!

We stayed overnight while traveling and had our dog with us and had a great experience. Room was clean and service was great. A nice breakfast was offered. Felt very safe with COVID precautions. Pet charge was reasonable

We have stayed at the Morristown, TN Best Western several times. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The room are well appointed and always clean. This motel is "pet friendly" which is one of the reasons we choose this location.

Always love staying here. Always clean and friendly. And they have a great breakfast. Very close to places to eat. Cracker Barrel is right next door. Haven't got to try out the pool but it looks nice also.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The sheets were a bit rough but overall a great place for the night. Room Darkening blinds were nice and room was pretty quiet. I would recommend this to anyone traveling in the area.

Hotel is in a nice location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small dog with us and of course banished to the bottom floor, which is fine, but do wish that floor was nicer looking.

Upon entry our room was dirty (cereal, dirt, stuff on floors, food in fridge, dirty tub, stopped up sink) so we let the front desk know when we checked in, and again the next morning. They didn't have a handyman so they let us use the hotel plunger and we fixed the sink. We asked that the room be cleaned -- anytime, we'd be gone all day -- and were assured it would be. We returned tired that night to a room that hadn't been touched. You'd think after being told twice of the issue and working with the manager re the sink, that a manager would have checked to make sure it was actually cleaned before leaving for the day. Couldn't believe when we returned and it was still dirty. We waited an hour while they called someone in who cleaned the floors and tub. In fairness manager gave us about $20 off the nightly rate for 2 of our 3 nights, but will not stay there again or recommend. Breakfast was pretty much what you find at a gas station, seating was not allowed (lest anyone eat too many stale bagels?), numerous items past expiration. I heard other guests also telling the front desk of issues. I sympathize that it must be hard to run a motel anytime, let alone during Covid, but "Covid" was their answer to all the complaints I heard people make about cleanliness, tubs not draining, sliding doors stuck open. They were full the night we got there and looked mostly full the other 2, so if it's like this when business is good - we'll just go elsewhere.

The check-in staff (John) was really responsive and customer-focused. The hotel was very clean, and a hot breakfast during these COVID times was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed at this hotel while attending the Hazzard Fest. The bathroom tub wasn't clean. Then upon checking my bed there was hair on the sheets. If I hadn't of been completely exhausted I wouldn't have slept there.

Right off the interstate. Convenience stores nearby and a cracker barrel right next door. We were able to do our laundry and had a bit of time for the swimming pool. The room was just fine and they let us Park our bikes under the veranda. Great staff, standard grab n go breakfast. Overall, the hotel was just perfect for an overnight stop and refreshing break. It was so convenient, would definitely keep this on our list of stops.

Stayed here with baseball team for the location. Check in was great staff very Friendly. This place needs a major update Hotel is very old but just needs some repairs. Rooms are outdated carpet is very old bathroom inside room is very tiny . Swimming pool is awesome Large pool the patio a good size area the pool is the very best thing about the place . Well last year we stayed at the Hampton Inn next door (Nice) but while booking my wife said go with the better price. My mistake. Between the dog owners and smokers I wasn't real happy. The ice machine was broken on the main floor. When I parked behind the building I realized how much older the motel looked. When loading up to leave I couldn't go out the rear door because the lock wouldn't open. The rooms and the hallways seem to look newer but the outside was not well kept . It's supposed to be non smoking but everyone in the rear was smoking on their porch or by their cars and you could smell it in your room.

Soft beds, clean room. We stop every week. Will stay again. Coffee good at checkin and lemon water is refreshing. Trucker parking, both box van and car hauler. Cracker barrel close enough to walk to for dinner.

This is really a nice hotel. The Lobby is one of the nicest I have been in. The breakfast is awesome. Due to COVID 19 they did not the awesome breakfast but they did have to go items like cereal, milk, coffee and muffins. The staff here is spot on. Kim is a asset to this company. The swimming pool is really nice and clean. Overall this is was a great stay.

they was noise all night long and you could smell pots in the hall way they charge a arm and legs for a pet and my pet is one of us.and they can,t either ask if they are a pet and don,t either have a treat for than.

Very pleasant stay - I travel often for work and usually to rural places. You never know what you're going to get sometimes, but this place exceeded my expectations! They greeted me at check-in with a special bag of treats for my pup, and I really loved that. Comfortable, clean, friendly. Good for the price. Thanks!!

I've stayed in several Best Western Conference Center-type hotels, and they always look sort of disappointing - I think they were all put up in the 70s, maybe? and it shows in the sort of tired architecture and layout. This hotel had all that - but it was really very nice. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the TV was good, the A/C heat unit was very, very quiet (thank you), and the shower had plenty of hot water. I can never get hotel hot water hot enough, but this one came close. The guy who checked me in actively helped me get the best price, and was very kind and patient about it. The breakfast was a regular Best Western breakfast, but it did have a wide variety of granola-type toppings, which I appreciated. Don't be taken aback too much by the outdated feel of the building. Everything was clean, fresh, and in good working order.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always found it clean and comfortable. The people at the desk are very helpful. One gave me extra coffee, another time a firmer pillow. They're kind and eager to help. Prices are reasonable. Heating/cooling units work and are quiet. Rooms have been freshly decorated. Breakfast could have been better.

Stayed there twice in a week by total chance and the staff was great. Breakfast was good with almond milk (!) which is greatly appreciated. Rooms were recently remodeled and were clean. There are some long metal containers in the parking lot. Recommend watching out when entering the parking lot.

This Hotel is extremely Nice. It is beautiful and the personnel is top notch. Kim at the front desk is awesome. She made our granddaughter feel so special. We would stay here again. It is right off the interstate and very easy to get to. Our experience from the start to the finish was a very nice experience. The breakfast is so Good with so many choices.

This hotel is awesome! We've stayed here several times. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly an helpful, and the breakfast here is better than we've had at other hotels. They are currently remodeling some rooms, but this wasn't an issue at all! Great value for the price!

What can I say.... this place was amazing from the hospitality, to the rooms, to the breakfast. We walked in and Tammy greeted us with a real genuine welcome. We came with two dogs and they treated us like family. I went to our room and WOW, it was perfect. Clean and new. We parked right outside room and what a blessing with 2 kids and 2 dogs. There was ample green space to walk the dogs on. The hotel gym was very clean and had a lot of options. The pool is outdoors so we did not get to partake but it looked like a real nice pool. We decided to take a walk with dogs to lobby and they had hot cocoa for the kids and Tammy and Jen were amazing. They showed us how to use the machine and showered attention on my children. The next morning we had breakfast and it was the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. The biscuits were so good my daughter ate three. The gravy was just delicious. I asked about the breakfast and found it was homemade. No wonder I fell in love with this place. I will be back.

A good overnight stay for us, traveling home from TN. Had all the comforts, ie; good, clean comforty bed, room temp setting working well, good restaurants near by,right off the expressway-well needed for a good rest for the next day travels.

This hotel popped up on hotels dot com and had a good review and great price. All we needed was a good night's sleep and a good breakfast. We received both. The rooms are new, very clean and very comfortable beds. Heating and air was quiet and well regulated. Thank you

Me and my daughter stayed here over night to go to a showcase at Carson-Newman University on November 2. Tammy the desk clerk was very nice. She let us leave our car in front of the hotel after we check in so we could us the bathroom. It had been a long drive from West TN to Morristown. She also helped us find somewhere to eat because it was pretty late. This hotel has been newly remodeled our room was done four months ago and it was really pretty and nice. It even had a little balcony to sit on if you wanted. It was a little to cold for that when we were there. The lobby and breakfast area are very pretty and had enough room. They had free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and lemon water in the lobby.

My daughter and I just happened to stop for the night in Morristown during our cross country trip. We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel off of I 40. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Apparently the hotel had gone through a recent renovation, as everything appeared new, from the lobby/dining area to the linens and bed. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and the HOT breakfast was a welcome change from the usual cereal and pastry fare offered in most hotels of this caliber. I'm not sure if all Best Westerns are like this, but if so, they will be my preferred place to stay.

The hotel had recently renovated inside decor and was very clean. The breakfast selection was good. Staff was very professional and check in and out were quic . They even had feminine hygiene products for free in common bathroom which was nice touch.

Very nice stay, spent 2 nights. Everything you would expect from a hotel was there. Will stay again.One outstanding mention is that if you are driving a large truck or towing something, there is plenty of parking available.

We have stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels over the past few years. The one in Morristown, TN is by far the best. The room is always very clean, the breakfast bar is all you could ask for, and the people who work there are friendly and will help you in any way they can.

My husband and I sure enjoyed the Best Western in Morristown, Tennessee. This hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was professional and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and the food was hot and well prepared. We were able to truly rest and enjoy our stay here.

My husband and I love to enjoy the mountains on our motorcycle during the fall. We love this location for it's proximity to many things without the busyness of being in the middle of the traffic. This location is clean with a helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast. They even had towels in the lobby to wipe down our motorcycle. Kudos for doing that little extra!

We stayed here on our trip to Va., then on the way back home. Very pleased with the reasonable price, friendly staff and comfortable room. Not a new hotel, but obviously extremely well maintained, probably with a recent refurbishment- very good bedding, and appointments in the room. The breakfast was well above average with lots of good hot and cold choices. Fast, reliable WiFi in the room and breakfast area + a lot of TV channels were frosting on the cake.

What a great vacation place. Centrally located for all activities in the Smokay and Blue Ridge Mountains. Breakfast is excellent, and brreakfast staff is great. Beautiful layout and nice rooms. The fitness center is fully outfitted. I saw several nice meeting and conference rooms. The desk staff is very frfiendly and helpful with a wonderful knowledge of all the many activities in the area.

The attractiveness of the facility, the friendliness of the entire staff, the awesome breakfast choices and the speed of check-in and departure was absolutely great!!! Being able to park close to our room made the stay very pleasant. The directions to local restaurants were very direct and extremely helpful.

Not that this Best Western is bad, it is just not what I think of when I think of a Plus. There was nothing memorial about this location except a truck and trailer taking up about 7 parking spaces right next to our wind. There was plenty of empty spaces on the other side of the parking log.

Several visits here have always been excellent. From the front office staff to housekeeping, everyone goes above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend. The outdoor pool is even open later in the season weather permitting.

Deceptively plain on the outside, but wonderful inside. Clean. Comfy big king bed. Cute amenities. Fantastic hot breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. This is a great little place and great value. We would stay here again.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in on my trip. Beds were comfortable. Quiet even along an interstate. Smelled really great when you open the door to the room. Everything was top notch. Will keep this on my lists of favorites when I come this way again. Great staff. No complaints at all!!!!

This was one of the best stays I have had. The breakfast could have been better and the beds a little softer, but otherwise, it was wonderful. The service was fantastic! By far one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Fast and friendly service. Even waived the pet fee for my daughters service dog! My only complaint would be, the positioning of the electric outlet in the bathroom is right next to the shower. Probably not a good idea

My husband and I had one room and my sister, traveling with us had another. The front desk lady was so friendly and helpful, she gave my sister the "member" discount rate because we were Reward members. When I called to reserve the room we were told that construction was going on but we had no noise or problem with it. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very good, with many offerings. Beautiful pool although we did not use it. Coffee and lemon water were available at all times in the lobby. Oh, and Cracker Barrel was only a short walk away which was handy for dinner. My only complaint would be that there was a $20 daily fee for our dog, which I thought a bit high...but on the other hand, we were glad they would allow the dog!

Friendly staff. GREAT breakfast. Clean room & pool. Would stay again. There was construction / renovations going on with a little noise. The parking lot was full a lot. It has cigarette butts in it. They should just go ahead and make it a smoke-free facility since people cannot use the recepticles provided.

Although there were signs posted everywhere that the hotel is being renovated - I guess we didn't get one of the renovated rooms. Our room was dated and dirty. During check in I was charged for the room on my credit card even though I mentioned that the room was prepaid on a booking app. I was told that a note would be placed on the account not to charge my card. Upon checkout, I checked to make sure that my card was not going to be charged, but they said there was no note on the account. I reiterated that I prepaid the room. I was told that I would not be charged again. Guess what - I got charged again. Will not stay again.

Arrived late night AC not working, hot room; transferred to another room, flush of the toilet bowl not working. Called to report maintenance came Able to sleep very late due to those maintenance problems.

This Best Western Plus is right off the 81-S exit, and next to a Cracker Barrel, up on a hill, and folks are very nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and we got a nicely renovated room, with really comfy bed, nice lighting, bountiful absorbent towels, and of course, microwave and fridge. The colors are muted Greys and black abstract art. The hotel is old, which is apparent when you look at your balcony and hallway walls, but the room is nicely done over, with granite sink and nice hot water. Of course the lobby has free newspapers and PC and printer, but other nice touches are a bucket of umbrellas by the door for guest use, and a dispenser of clean rags and bottle of Simple Green for motorcycles to use. We checked in via phone, and Amy from front desk responded welcoming us and answering questions. Upon arrival, Debbie welcomed us with a snack as we were Platinum members, and pleasantly took our cooler packs to freeze. This morning we has a nice breakfast at their lovely complimentary breakfast bar, including eggs, bacon, great potatoes, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, fruit, juices, coffees, yogurt, Almond milk including chocolate, plus chocolate donuts and croissants. Very clean and nice, with real butter and SF jellies. This was a pool, not guarded, but clean and nice on the hillside, and a swimmer told us the water was good. We would stay here again if this way; the only thing they did not have was a room safe.

We had to find a hotel in our own city (not something one often does) after our home was struck by lightning. This is an older but well cared for property. Newly remodeled rooms are very nice. WiFi is exceptionally good. Breakfast is fresh and a larger than normal choice of hot and cold items.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for over 100 nights in the past 19 years. On all previous stays I would rate the hotel as five stars. I cannot do that this time. The staff still deserves five stars but the experience was one star at best. They are undergoing renevations which is okay, but the workers left the outside door open most of the day which led to a very hot hall way leading to our room as well as quite a few flying insects. The first night we noticed several fruit flies in the room. I informed the manager and he said they were all over the hotel. The cause was that the renovation workers thought nothing of discarding their food in the rooms they were working on and leaving them in the construction bins outside the hotel. I finally gave in and purchased some bug spray which helped a little. The smell from the construction bin was sickening and we had to pass by it every time we went to the lobby for breakfast. Also, one evening the power went off in some rooms including ours for an hour. The workers were working nearby when it went out but quickly left once it happened. Again, I understand that renovations are necessary for hotels but I feel that the workers should have been better supervised.

The hotel is being remodeled and the new look is very nice. We stay here twice a year. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and got us into our room very quickly. The room was clean the bedding seemed to be very new, the towels were new and athe new Decor was beautiful

Hotel is being renovated. Hopefully, the price will be worth it after they are done. In the meantime, the hotel fees are overpriced for the accommodations and amenities. There are other choices for a dollar or two more in the area. Would prefer renovations start at 9am rather than 8am each day. Some travelers would enjoy sleeping in.

This Best Western was a cut above. It was well maintained and personnel pleasant. The breakfast had a wide selection of items compared to other chains we have visited. Speaking with the breakfast staff, I learned that the chain has set requirements but this staff fills in with additional choices. Very impressed.

We were traveling Route 81 and got one of the Hotel Coupon books. We found a coupon for this Best Western and decided to stop there for the night. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty. The front desk person was very nice and told us they were doing renovations and the work would be occurring during certain times. We said that was fine, and we got the room. The only 'problem' we had during our stay was the toilet got clogged. I called the front desk and she said she'd bring a plunger to our room right away. She did just that! My husband used the plunger and the toilet worked fine the rest of our stay. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was hot and good. My husband was happy that biscuits and gravy were available. The hotel is within walking distance of a Cracker Barrel, which is where we ate supper the night before (also very good). The renovations didn't bother us, and will definitely plan on staying here while passing through.

We came down and stayed 2 nights the price and place is awesome,very clean and breakfast was great We enjoyed staying there and driving across the road to the in door truck and tractor pull We will definitely stay there again when back in the area

After you have driven for a full day nothing feels better than a good bed, and mine was tops. I got an excellent sleep. The hotel is very clean with your typical hotel breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, assorted breads,... My only complaint is neither my wife or I could get wi fi service. When I asked for assistance from the front desk, she too could not access it.

We have enjoyed our stays here, with our fur baby. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and well kept. The pet friendly rooms give you easy access to walk your dog! They also have an excellent hot breakfast!

IF you need a room near I81, this is it. We love this hotel and use it when we come here. Best breakfast around. The people who work here are just great and there is a huge place to walk your dog if you bring it with you.

The location of this hotel is great - safe, secure, well lit. The room was clean. Check in was very easy. We forgot an item in our room after checkout and these people went the extra distance to mail it back to us. I give them a superior rating on customer service. If you are in this area - this is the place to stay!

We were looking for a pet friendly motel in Morristown and we belong to Best Western rewards so we booked there. The people very friendly and accommadating. It was quiet, the room was exactly what we asked for. The breakfast was very, very good and they have a large dining area and lobby. We got exactly what we asked for.

This was our second time staying here while in the area. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Was disappointed the last morning when they had a water leak in the breakfast area so no breakfast was available. They did offer coffee and fruit. Had to go to McDonald's for breakfast.

If you are sensitive to noise, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevators and vending/ice machines. The room walls do not muffle their sounds.

I will never forget this hotel because the room had a balcony!!! Room was very clean, so was the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and always had a smiling face. The breakfast was very good and had many varieties. At a very cheap rate I can assure that no one will leave dissatisfied.

Decent hotel for the class it's in. Seemed clean, although there was a bit of grunge in the corners in the bathroom. Desk staff was very friendly and professional. Negatives - Older design and the layout was horrible. If you have rolling luggage, which most of us do, you'll have to carry it unless you enter just the right door and your room's close. One elevator on one end of the building, but no outside access except for the 2nd floor. Small outdated bathroom. Looks like there have been a few upgrades, but I'd rather stay in a newer hotel.

The lobby, breakfast area, and meeting rooms are currently under construction, but it appears they will be finished soon. The outdoor pool area is great for big groups! The staff is nice. The rooms are clean and nice. The back sliding doors do need to be replaced. The worst part about this hotel is the number of smoking guests! They were so inconsiderate. The held exterior doors open while smoking next to them. They smoked on balconies and on the back porches (which found its way back into the hotel). I even saw a few guest smoking in the hallways while walking back to rooms! The breakfast was a little better than most free breakfasts. The location is good. I didn't even notice being beside the interstate.

Had about 12 rooms for several nights during a state baseball tournament. We were 30 from the park in Greenville. The outdoor pool was so much better than having a large group in an inside pool. Free breakfast was perfect, rooms were nicely priced & perfect for what we needed.

Stopped here on the way home after visiting grandkids in Ohio. Hotel was undergoing major renovation of the lobby. The hotel does appear to have a little age on it, but was well-appointed and comfortable. Had a good night's rest before finishing the drive home.

I stayed here with a church golf group. Rooms are small but comfortable. All have outside seating areas. We were fed quickly and well. Great servers. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Rooms in the rear of the hotel have nicer views. Hotel is right off 81. Nice pool area. Would have liked another bar of soap after the first night.

We stayed for 3 days. The room seemed a bit cramped. We had a king bed and a couch and coffee table. The bathroom is a bit small because the vanity sticks out so with the door open it just seemed cramped while putting on makeup/doing hair. The bed was nice the mattress was fine. The breakfast had so many options and free. At this price point I'm not used to such a nice spread.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was nothing special but for the price it was well worth it. My family stops here a lot on our drives up the east coast and this best western is always consistently good.

I often stay at this hotel while I'm in town for work. If not at this hotel, I go to the best western in Cookeville Tn. Either way it is a win, win. Great parking, great rooms, great staff. It is well worth the money.

A very good hotel with dark window covering and quiet. Convenient on/off from highway but still a quiet night of sleep. Comfortable room and decent breakfast. the front desk was very cordial and for the other guests that were checking in at the same time very accommodating with requests.

Our family stayed in 4 different BW hotels during this trip and this one was our fav. The price, the location, the view, the breakfast options, comfort of the beds, friendliness of staff all come highly recommended from this family of 4. We'll go back if in the area again.

This is a very nice property with a very helpful staff. Walking distance to cracker barrel. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Good water pressure. Right off the interstate and highway 25.Gas and convenient stores near by.

I stayed at this property Wed Feb 7 2018, I think room 330, in adjacent building. Charity was very professional at the check in. Excellent right off interstate, couple of service stations and restaurants close. Room was neat. No issues, I would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed in other Best Westerns that were complete crap holes in crap areas. Had this one not been exceptional, we would have written off the chain. We have learned to stay only at a “plus” for now on. It's worth the extra money.

Very convenient to highway...clean room...allows dogs...nice dog run area...friendly staff. All you can ask for in a room for the night! I loved their Christmas decorations - really a nice touch for weary travelers! Breakfast buffet was great too!

This Best Western is an exceptional hotel. Although it is a PLUS hotel, you wouldn't believe it after staying here - you would probably think it was the Waldorf . You won't go wrong staying here. I expect superior service & I get that at BW Plus Morristown TN.

I use this hotel/conference center when traveling between northern Virginia and northwest GA via US 81 through Tennessee. It is an excellent hotel with caring staff. I especially like the way they welcome my dogs!

Another great stay at this hotel while traveling from NJ to MS. The beds are the best and breakfast is an added bonus prior to getting back on the road. The room is always clean and great coffee in room and at breakfast.

This was a nice motel for the night. The lobby was decorated nicely. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. The little drawback was it was an older place, but nicely furnished. The building area itself was in two sections. Our room was in one building and the breakfast area was in another building.

They do everything right. The main areas are pleasant and clean, as was my room. The shower was great; the TV has a guide (channel 15). There is a guest laundry! The pool and hot tub are awesome. Everything to love about staying here.

For those traveling with pets you know how difficult it is to find a nice clean place to stay. This is one of the best hotels for a reasonable overnight cost that we have ever stayed in. They take pets for just an additional $20. Nice area to walk and/or play with your pet including a dog waste station. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly my stay was before Christmas 2016, but my experience was excellent. The price was more than reasonable, room was clean, bed was very comfortable after driving from Flint, MI, so I got a great night's sleep. The next morning I expected a cereal and toast style breakfast. Never been so happy to be wrong. Waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, OJ and apple juice, fresh hot coffee, homestyle potatos, and yes also a good selection of cold breakfast options. Moving to Georgia in 4 days, will be staying a night here on the way. The only slight downside is the $20 pet fee. Would be nice if they dropped it to $10, but I also understand that it helps keep it from becoming a zoo. It wouldn't be much of a conference center if aunt Gertrude has 15 cats wandering around (just a stereotypical metaphor, to give a mental image). Overall, I was thoroughly impressed. Alot of $100+/night places won't allow pets, but here, least expensive room with pet fee is around $110. I highly recommend this establishment if you are traveling past or staying near Morristown, TN. The great complimentary breakfast first thing in the morning, will put a smile on your face and the staff will make you want to forget all the other hotels in the area.

Staff were very friendly, variety of breakfast items and setup of breakfast area were great. The rooms were laid out well and HVAC worked well and most importantly, weren't too loud. I would not that this is a pet-friendly hotel but I only heard a dog barking once.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in Morristown. We just love the breakfast, the beds, the people....all of it. GREAT place if you are traveling with a pet. They have a very large area for pet walking.

We booked on line at the last minute when we decided to not keep driving on a long trip. A really nice Best Western, we got a great room on the first floor so we could let out our dogs. Very clean and comfortable. The pups concur.

Booked a weekend stay in a standard two bed room for my family and I. Hotel is right off of I-81 at Morristown at Hwy 25. Nice room and larger bathroom. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, pancake waffles and regular waffles with fruit topping and whipped cream. Typical other breakfast drinks and foods. The front desk lobby and breakfast are in a seperate building. No indoor pool / hot tub, but they do have a exercise room. Free WIFI.

Beautiful fairly new hotel with friendly staff, comfortable room and nice breakfast. Extremely clean with updated decor. Adequate towels, extra blanket and pillows already in the room was a plus. Clean easily accessible laundry and fitness area. The only downfall was having to go outside to access the lobby and breakfast. Great value for the stay.

Some of our members of our cheer team stayed here before our competition ... our girls got ready in the conference center the following day ... the hotel was nice and clean ... front office staff was amazing ... front office supervisor i believe Valerie was her name was amazing ... she was courteous and helped with everything we needed ... give that woman a raise!!! ... this was my first time staying at a best western ... would definately stay again!

The sound of the freeway was so loud that I asked to have a different room, that was immediately provided without question evethough I had already used the bed. Unfortunately the new room had a ground floor window next to an overhang where approx 12 beer drinking tractor pull participants were busy guffawing. So the noise level was pretty much the same.

One of the great things about Best Western hotels is that they are generally very consistent from one to another. Not a lot of surprises, just a clean comfortable stay. This one is no different. Although it's a little older hotel it's been updated nicely with all the features you expect to see in a room these days. It was clean and quiet and is easy to access from the interstate. It also has plenty of room for truck parking if you're pulling a trailer or even in a semi truck. The only two downsides I found in my stay we're minor. 1 - my bathroom was extremely small. It's plenty big enough to move around in but definitely only one person will be in there at a time. 2 - during peak time the wifi slowed down. It was still much better than what you get sometimes in other hotels but if you plan on watching Netflix it may not go smoothly if it's around 9 pm or so. Overall I wouldn't let those two things affect your decision to stay. I will definitely be back.

Nice room and it had a balcony, which was cool. But the room is on the back side of the building, where you hear all of the highway traffic noise. The balcony doors are not very effective at keeping the noise out. I still had a decent night's sleep, tho. Might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the refrigerator was turned off, so I had to crank it to the max to speed up getting it cold. Not a big deal, but someone should have checked it.

Not often do I get to relax around on business but this location gives me just that. Great view with mountains all around, great breakfast and nearby restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, and good coffee. Rooms available with balconies, nice outdoor pool, clean fitness area, plenty of walking area onsite.

The hotel is nice and it is centrally located, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. If the weather had been warmer the pool area looked inviting. Breakfast was average.

This was the best stay I've had in a hotel. I highly recommend this facility. The Staff were very polite and helpful with what I needed. The room was very clean and there was parking for big trucks here.

Beautiful hotel! We had a double bed standard room. The room was large in size when compared to other hotels. The complimentary breakfast was well seasoned and they served the best hotel coffee I ever tasted. Staff was very friendly. From the front desk to the housekeepers that worked this weekend on the 3rd floor. I would absolutely stay there again!

Nothing really wrong here. Rooms were nice, bathrooms fine. Nice, comfortable lobby. Breakfast was very good and breakfast room really nice. Very old, very slow elevator and no connection from room to lobby and breakfast. Must drive into Morristown, about seven miles, for a restaurant with a bar. Cracker Barrel right next door however.

Hotel was super nice, very clean and upgraded. Service was excellent. Great breakfast, super nice rooms. Gave us a whole new impression of the Best Western chain. We will definitely stay at the Best Western locations in the future. Great value for the cost.

My Husband and I stay at Best Western hotels at least 3 times a week, and this is a very nice BW. It's an older building, but it's a nice one. The bed was ok, a little hard for my liking, but it's ok. The a.c. blows cold, until it's bedtime, it's like they have a switch at the front desk to turn the compressors off after 10pm.(like they used to have many years ago, to save money). It did get a little stuffy in the room because the compressor stopped coming on until we woke up at 5am. We will stay here again. But we will bring our little fan. The staff was very friendly. We did not have the breakfast.

Friendly and super clean. There was a confusion on my reservation which was corrected immediately. I have stayed here many times and never disappointing, if you have pets it's a must stay. I love the balconies to look out at the mountains It is close to several restaurants.

This was my second stay at Morristown Best Western in Tennessee. Each time I have found the hotel to be very attractive; rooms clean, comfortable and well appointed, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast hot and tasty. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. Increasing the number of choices would set this hotel apart.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 5-6 years when visiting family. It is always clean, in good repair, has friendly staff and a good breakfast offering included. The only problem we have ever run into was a slower than usual internet connection. It works for usual email, Facebook, articles, etc., but is slow for video options. I noticed this visit that they have a chair lift available for the (outdoor) pool!! That is a great option (although I don't need it) for those who might need this assistance. A nice stay, as usual.

My overall experience staying at Best Western Plus Morristown Conference Center Hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean; bed very comfortable; staff very friendly and accomidating. The facility had everything my motorcycle riding partner and I required being away from home.

I had not been at a BW in many years,however, this was arranged for me by my employer, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel for this stay! The hotel is nicely updated, has upscale amenities, a comfortable bed, large, clean, room, which was very comfortable, and offered a nice selection at breakfast in a large dining room. Highly recommend

Outstanding, well priced, clean, close to attractions. Plenty of places to eat on or near hotel. Great breakfast and facility is well laid out. The Hotel is far enough off the highway to limit traffic noise. So it is quite and has great views of the Smokey Mountains with outstanding sunrises and sunsets.

We stayed one night. Our room was clean, linens were nice. Shower was great! It is a Best Western so the air conditioner is very noisy and it's not luxurious but it's worth the price. Free breakfast, scrambled eggs, fruit cup and yogurt selection were good. Coffee not so good.

I've stayed at the Morristown facility many times in the past and it's comfortable and familiar. I don't always remember faces but I do remember that the staff at the desk have always been helpful. After spending the night, it occurred to me that one of the things that helped with my sleep was the type of pillows in the room. They were small and soft. That worked for me.

Very well maintained. We thought it was a brand new hotel when we pulled up. At check in we were told it was built in the 1980's WOW so hard to believe!! The bed was fabulous & comfortable. Room was super clean & large. Grounds are beautiful as was inside of hotel. The only thing that dated it at all was the bathroom, a tad small but will not discount for that. Had a great big nice shower head with lots of pressure. Breakfast was like a restaurant. Plenty of room to sit with many tables. Very good selection, eggs, sausage waffles, cereal yogurts, oatmeal.

Right off of highway 81 just east of Knoxville, with easy access on and off. Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door, but the breakfast at the hotel was so good we did not need it!

Clean hotel with friendly staff conveniently located right off I-81. Close to Cumberland National Historic Site and Knoxville. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is reliable. Breakfast area is large and bright.

The rooms are not the most up to date. However, the pool is great! If you are in the area for an event, I would stay here again. We have stayed with our family here for a horse show and the location was perfect.

Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff and clean room. Outdoor pool was clean. Only downside, no hot tub if you like to relax in the hot tub. They do have a kiddie pool and handicap accessible pool. Breakfast was good - similar to most other full breakfasts available. Bathroom was small, but very clean.

We come here twice to three times a year for horse shows. The hotel is clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast, courteous staff and decent parking. Never have had a problem with anything. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance, the hotel's breakfast is always sufficient for anyone's appetite.

This is a very nice hotel located right off of the interstate, and is always clean and the staff is very friendly .and helpful. They have a beautiful Lobby and a great breakfast. They have a beautiful pool and kiddie pool with plenty of Lounge chairs, and umbrella tables and chairs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this Best Western was. It was pet friendly - which is why we stayed there - and it was so nice - it was clean, the staff was very nice, they even had treats for the dogs!

We stay at this hotel at least twice a year as we travel. It is an excellent place for a stopover. The facility is clean and up to date, the staff is most helpful, the breakfast is great, and you just can't ask fo more.

We love staying at this hotel. It is close to the Internet, has great folks that provide superb customer service, and the best breakfast you will ever get at a hotel. If you have a pet, there is a large mown yard in back of the hotel.

A good place to stay. I especially appreciated the security provided by the locked facility requiring the use of my key card for entry. The breakfast was very good. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the ac unit was a bit noisy when the compressor was running.

Great friendly Staff - all enjoying their job. Our queen suite had a private balcony with a view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Free breakfast was good, but skip the oatmeal. By the way, this BW is next door to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Besides the friendly staff and the absolutely wonderful suite, this BW accepted our family dog to stay with us for an additional $20. Bottom line: Stay in this hotel!

I really recommend this hotel, it is really clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, within walking distance from a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, short drive to the parks, Panther Creek and the Great Smoky Mountains. It has a swimming pool. The rooms are outdated, they could use a good reno but overall it is fine.

I always stay at this Best Western when I travel to Alabama. It's very clean and comfortable and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. There is an outdoor pool and they serve breakfast and have coffee available at the front desk. They have smoke free and pet free rooms and is within close proximity of the highway so you can get off and back on easily.

Comfortable, clean room at an affordable price. Good location. Decent breakfast, with Gluten Free options upon request (although I didn't see the sign until after I had already had breakfast). I was happy with my decision to stay at this location.

Stayed one night on a trip across the country. The hotel seems newly renovated. The staff was nice. Large rooms. It is right off I-81 which is great for traveling. It used to have a small patio connected to the room so the customers could walk out onto it. This has been blocked by a bar wedged into each side of the door so the door does not open. I am not bothered by a hotel room that has direct access to the outside but I know some people do not care for it. Pet friendly.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was great and clean. It was stormy outside and yet they still had a room. The breakfast room was clean and had a nice selection. We would definitely stay there again

Overnight at the BW Morristown TN everytime on my way to Dallas TX. Steve from the front desk is on point all the time. Fast check in , great rooms and great breakfast ( good variety of food ). You can't go wrong !!!!

We stayed here one night passing through the area. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had nice decor, but the vanity is not great for 2 people - small counter area. We made it work. The rooms have fridges, coffee pots and plenty of electrical outlets. The breakfast was good, replenished often and tasted fresh. Would stay here again.

Very nice clean room, awesome high shower head (for us tall folks). Has in room fridge and coffee maker. Only complaint was thd uncomfortable beds. Free hot breakfast was alright (skip the cold bacon). Had waffle maker with chocolate chip batter, which my daughter liked.

Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and even had a balcony which are becoming rare. Very clean and well lit parking lot. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and sausage with lots of cereal choices. Also exactly in the same parking lot is a Cracker Barrel so you don't need to drive to dinner if you like eating there. Overall it was a nice stay for my first time in a Best Western. Large outdoor pool.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted with a smile. The price for the two of us seniors was quoted at $109.00 so when I inquired about discounts, we got the AARP discount to bring the price down to $95.00. The hotel is clean and well kept. Although a bit on the pricey side, I felt the soft towels and comfortable bed were almost worth it. I would recommend this hotel to tired travelers. I was able to connect to the WiFi and complete my business with confidence.

I know why the Best Western Plus in Morristown, TN is the highest rated on Trip Advisor, it is a great facility. The room was nicely renovated and very clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in and check-out were very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. A great hotel at a great value.

Staff are so friendly here. Pets are welcome and the breakfast is very good. I have used this hotel many times coming and going from New Jersey. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient. There is a fridge, microwave and good coffee in every room.

Had to catch a hotel for a night travel spot. It was great. The free breakfast was a plus. The check in was quick and accurate. The receptionist was friendly and quick. The breakfast was more than just continental, full service eggs gravy bacon etc. The breakfast attendant was the sweetest. I am a new best western rewards used it. Ill definitely be using Best Western agian.

Well-renovated facility, great personnel, reasonable price - a pleasant surprise so near the Smokies. Breakfast room has fabulous panelling, like an English manor house. Lots of roomy parking. Had a bit of an uncontrollable issue that was handled quickly, gracefully, professionally.

Morristown B/W has been a good stopping point for me. The outside is always clean so it will give you a good feeling about staying there. The staff is always top notch with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is always good.

What a great place to stop over while traveling. Our room had a small balcony. Room is nicely decorated with a really nice bath and entrance hallway. Another Best Western that added to make our trip more comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Towels nicely presented with all the nice toiletries. Close to highway and has a Cracker Barrel across the street. Room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and included the full range of biscuits eggs etc. A nice big dining area as well. Highly recommend and is a great value.

The Best Western Morristown Conference Center Hotel is staffed with very friendly, helpful people. The rooms were very clean, nice, and smelled fresh. It was a very relaxing stay. It is right next door to a Cracker Barrel too, which makes eating meals convenient. The hotel also has a good hot breakfast with waffles, muffins, eggs, gravy, biscuits, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, milk substitute (Almond Milk), juices, coffee and tea and everything you would want for a morning meal.

I stay at hotels pretty much weekly. And this is one of the better hotels I've stayed at. It is nothing extravagant but it was clean well kept and quiet. The bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. And this was my second time here.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It has beautiful views of the Smokies. It was super clean, the breakfast was really good and I felt very safe there. It was also great that they allowed pets since I was traveling with my dog.

I travel for work and always find the Best Western has the best value for the night stay the rooms are comfortable at this location the breakfast area was spotless and very inviting the friendly morning staff welcome me with a smile and a good morning the food was warm and delicious the high speed internet worked seamlessly I was able to stream movies without any buffering this is always an issue at most cheap inexpensive hotels I did not have that at this location the staff was very friendly from the moment I arrived until I checked out I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area and I would stay there again if I'm in the area

My sister and I were passing through enroute to Alabama .This hotle was the best of the five we stayed in on our total trip.Very pleased with our stay.The buffet breakfast that was provided in the morning was a very pleasant surprise and well done.

My husband and I and our little dog needed a pet friendly place to stay on our way home from Arizona. We were given a room on the first floor facing the back of the hotel. You couldn't ask for a more peaceful atmosphere. We could see the mountains and the highway, but it was not noisy. There was lots of room to walk our dog and very little traffic, except for the people who were parking their cars for their hotel stay. You could hear the robins singing and other birds in the back and it was very clean in the pet walking area and all around the hotel. You can walk to the Cracker Barrel nearby. If the weather is good, there is a small area behind the rooms on the first floor that are facing the back that has 2 chairs and a small table to just relax and enjoy the scenery. The room we had was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the TV selector had a cardboard like cover for sanitation that was nice. Breakfast was excellent. You can dine in the area past the lobby if you want or take what you like, and have breakfast in your room. There was a good selection for breakfast. I can't remember all that was served there, but there were: scrambled eggs, and bacon, waffles you could make, sausage, and different breads for toast. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. A lovely hotel.

This is a place I would highly recommend it for anyone to stay. The rooms were very clean and most excellent was the morning breakfast with so much to choose from. I will stay there again. It's not a real easy access but if you pay attention you will find the hotel. You will have to drive and wind around back to the hotel

Wonderful staff. Had a doggy bag for our pooch. Room was very clean as was bathroom. We always check sheets and mattress and they were pristine. We spent 2 nights and the cleaning staff didn't bother us due to a door hanger they developed to leave on your door the night before stating what you needed. Hot breakfast was delish. Sliding glass doors to patio were perfect for dog walks. Had chairs and table on patio. Perfect for sitting outside. Pool was closed due to season but very large, clean pool area with hot tub. Will def stay here again!

This stay was excellent in every way. From check in to departure, we were greeted with professionalism. Recommend this location to anyone heading to Tennessee. Slept without any interruptions and breakfast was exceptional.

We were near an external door, an ice machine and a walkway to an upper floor. It was very noisy. There were also quite a few pets, and that created distractions. We chose this hotel based on it being pet friendly and near the Morristown festival. We planned to stay another night, but checked out after the first sleepless night.

Very clean well maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. Location was a little tricky, because the road leading to hotel was hard to miss. We will keep this hotel in mind since we travel to Gatlinburg several times a year to visit family.

Very difficult today to find a hotel that really impresses you completely. This hotel does it, down to the cleanliness. Only problem is pool area should remain open to guests much longer than Labor Day.

This hotel has a nice outdoor pool, which is rare these days. We were not able to use it as we were just passing thru, but we will definitely consider next trip. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of choices including biscuits and gravy.

We were overall very pleased with this BW. I had no idea the room would have a balcony and it was very nice to be able to get fresh air and hear the birds singing in the morning and eat our breakfast out there. The room was very comfortable with one queen bed and a nice sitting area with a couch. The bathroom was tiny but the shower worked well. The wifi also worked well. Very good use of space tin the room and plenty for storage space. The screen door on the balcony came off the tracks and needed to be fixed. The room keys did not work well to get into the building from the outside. It was odd that the exterior doors were always locked, even in the daytime. There was road noise as we were not far from the interstate. It did not bother us and we were so glad to have the door open, it was worth the low hum from the traffic. I used the fitness room and the TV did not work. Maintenance tried to fix it but concluded the TV set needed to be replaced. The bike seat swiveled while I was riding the bike, rather annoying. They had free weights, a bench, treadmill and cross trainer. The bike was really in poor shape. Breakfast was the usual motel fare. They did have oatmeal, but it was watery and not hot. The in-room coffee was good when made double strength, but the coffee at the breakfast bar was horribly weak. Front desk folks were friendly and quite competent. We definitely recommend this BW and wish more were as nice as this one.

This is the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Being a snowbird and a pet owner I stay at many Best Westerns but this one was the nicest of them all. Update and so Clean. Rooms were beautiful with a great shower, soft closing doors, Balcony and very quiet. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me when I left a bag in my room. This has to be the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Kind of awkward drive to get up on the hill and get in the hotel since the lobby is not "in with the rooms". Breakfast is great, better than most, lots of choices and hot food daily. Room is very nice. Full size refrigerator and stove top and microwave. I travel for work and I have stayed here twice. I will be back. I will drive a few extra miles to stay here instead of somewhere else.

We stayed here six days after being evacuated from the SC coast, my husband and I and our two 90 year old mothers. Everything about the stay was great. We arrived early and were allowed early check-in to two adjoining rooms. Originally we booked our stay for only three nights, but ended up having to extend because we could not return to our home. They managed to keep us in the same rooms for the whole time. The rooms were quite nice with both fridge and microwave. Breakfast each morning was great with eggs, waffles, bacon/sausage, and lots of other choices. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient and the on-site washer/dryer was a plus given the length of our stay. My husband also enjoyed the on-site workout room.

The staff, room and breakfast was excellent. The only bad was the wireless internet, during peak times it was completely unusable. This was minor and compared to the quality of everything was not enough to really matter.

As always this hotel is friendly and accommodating. It is a pet friendly hotel and most pets were on the lower level with sliding glass doors that open to a parking lot with a big field behind. Cracker Barrel, Hardees & McDonalds in walking distance.

Great Stay!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean inside and outside. Very nice pool area from looking at it but didn't have time to swim on this trip. My room was on the second floor and hotel has a 24 hr keycard secure outside door. Nice idea! The room was large and clean and had a nice couch and sitting area. It was everything you need for an overnight stay. Did not try the breakfast so I can not speak about it, but from other reviews sounds like its good. Little hard to get to hotel, its located directly behind the Cracker Barrel restaurant. I would stay here again. Happy Travels to all!

Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Lobby was nicely decorated and the dining area was also. Room was spacious and updated. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Breakfast had a large selection and better than average food. Overall, a very nice ending for our vacation!

This place is amazing! They took great care of us and the breakfast was so delicious!! If you're around here for any reason, you'll love to stay here! The pool was awesome and the little hot tub was so nice and relaxing! Next time I'm up here, I'll definitely be staying here!!

I was in a bind, this was the closest hotel to Bristol I could find on short notice. It was a little over an hour away, but it was an outstanding hotel and I was very happy with everything. The staff was very nice, check in and out were very efficient, and the breakfast room was quite nice.

We travel regularly for work and when we travel we work long hours. This hotel was a nice hotel to come back to each night and the breakfast each morning was a great way to start a long day of work. When we are in the area we alway stay here! Great hotel especially for the price!!!

This hotel exceeded expectations from the get go. The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was great. We did not take advantage of the breakfast except for coffee or the pool area but both areas were very clean and neat. Very convenient location to I-81. Looks like up and coming area. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through this area.

Good place to stay at. Clean beds, rooms, and bath rooms. The breakfast was average or shall I say the usual: powered scrambled eggs reconstituted, has browns/tator tots, waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juices and breads. There is a cracker barrel across the street though. Staff is very friendly and helpful as can be. I would recommend this place to stay. Fitness area not bad but not the best. Has the usual, couple cardio machines, dumbells up to 25lbs, and a bowflex knockoff type of cable machine. It will get you by for a few days.

Very comfortable rooms w/ a GREAT breakfast buffet. The staff is very attentive and keep the food hot the ENTIRE time the buffet is open. Super location off I-81. Cracker Barrel, McD and BK are there as well as reasonably priced gas stations. Gas for you and your auto to make the trip entertaining for everyone!!

This hotel is exceptionally clean. We stayed here on a fluke, and are glad that we did. The shower head is amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. A Cracker Barrel is within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a horse show. Our group stayed at the Best Western. The staff was professional and friendly. The exterior patios were gross and the room smelled terrible. Musty old and smoke smelling. Updates and better ventilation very much needed.

I have stayed here before., NEVER disappointed when stay. This is one of the cleanest Best Western. Room smelled clean as soon as I walked in. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. One of the girls is still there from last time I stayed. They put me on the back side, lower level. I have dogs. This trip I only had 2 with me. The dogs love the big open field behind the hotel to run in. I know I have said it before in a review but, you will not be disappointed when you stay here.. I usually stay here on the way back to NC. And I will stay there again.

The hotel was clean, beds were awesome, breakfast was great. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely stay there again! The fitness center had several different machines and was very clean. And right next to a Cracker Barrel!!

This was our first time staying at a Best Western property. And it certainly won't be our last. We were visiting Eastern Tennessee and desired proximity to local sites, including the Davy Crockett Tavern, Forbidden Caverns, Bush's Baked Beans, and a few other attractions. The Best Western Plus in Morristown is conveniently situated off the interstate and located just outside the main business district. This is an older establishment, but it has been kept up. The rooms, common areas, and recreational area (pool) were each clean and orderly. The reception area is detached from the guest area and has a living area, dining room, and conference rooms. The standout feature for this hotel was its breakfast — I haven't seen a better spread elsewhere and we frequent various Marriott and Hilton hotels on a regular basis. Everything from eggs, sausage, grits, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, toppings, coffee, tea, juices, and then some were available. The nice thing was that even though the hotel was packed, the dining room was never full. It seems a lot of construction workers visit the hotel and they're on the road by 6:30 a.m. Kudos to the staff for keeping the rooms clean. Our third-floor room had a balcony and the sunset views were fascinating (see photo). Two chairs and a table were provided for relaxation.

Nice mid price facility with ideal location at I-81,I-40 in eastern Tenn. Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Have stayed here a number of times and always make this my first choice when passing this way.

I always stay here when attending horseshows. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. Overall, the hotel proves a great value and it is convenient to the horse show grounds. The linens are always fresh and clean, and the staff is respectful if you have a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The pool area is great and well maintained as is the rest of the exterior furnishing of the hotel.

this had the most completed breakfast at any free breakfast i have ever had at any chain hotel It had waffles,hot and cold cereal , several yogurt brands,fresh fruit, danishes,donuts,breads it goes on and on.

I stayed for 3 nights to attend a wedding in Morristown. The lady at reception was most helpful. The room was spacious and spotless, so too was the bathroom. Breakfast was really great - I ate at a different time every morning and there was never a problem with waiting for things to be topped up. The room has a fridge and coffee station and a decent selection of TV channels. I didn't get to use the pool area, but there were loads of kids there all day having a blast.

Had not stayed at a Best Western in years, so not sure what to expect. Stay was great! The room was spotless and spacious. Very nice. The breakfast we very, very good. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed four nights in late July.

Easy access on and off the interstate, but no interstate noise. Arrived late, and pleasantly surprised with how well lit the parking lot was. Check in was friendly and efficient. Stayed in a King room (338) which had a sofa, not sure if it was also a bed, as I didn't check, and also a balcony with chairs and a small table. Room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was located next to the elevator, but once inside the room with the room fan running, would have never known. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, which was appreciated. Breakfast fare was sufficient, similar to all "free" hotel breakfasts, room was well appointed. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

OK place. rooms were clean, pool was nice, staff was nice as well, breakfast was not so hot but worked for our 12U travel team. Would have been nicer if closer to town as restaurants were a bit if a drive, maybe 15 minutes. Great place to stay if heading down the highway.

Stayed here on way to Mississippi and also on return north. The rooms were were very clean, had comfortable beds, little refrigerator, and plenty of towels. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the shade that came across it in the late afternoon. Very nice breakfast choices available in a large and sunny room. Coffee available in room and in the lobby. Friendly and professional staff. Cracker Barrel across the street. Got the 50 dollar bonus for two separate stays!

We stayed at the Best Western on the way to the Smoky Mountains. It was clean, but needed remodeling. The staff was very friendly. The had a rollaway bed set up and made before we got there. The breakfast buffet was good. Because we were only there overnight, I cannot speak to any of there other facilities at the hotel.

We were traveling thru your area and had a pre-planned trip. We were on our way home. We had reservations, and we simply loved our stay. Wished there was a way I could have gotten the 4 poster bed in my suitcase. Really loved the decor and the quietness.

Would definitely use Best Western again. Everything was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. The room temperature was easy to adjust. We loved the sliding glass door. Breakfast was one of the best of this type we've had. The staff gave excellent service.

I had a wonderful visit at this hotel. It was dog friendly and had very nice rooms. A lot of pet friendly places I have stayed nearby have been less than nice. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I highly recommend this property. We stayed one night while travelling I-81. There is a Cracker Barrel right across the lot...there is a pool and fitness room. The free breakfast is really good..loads of selections. This hotel is a little more expensive than the others around, but well worth the extra $20.

Very good experience. Arrived quite late, no hassles during check in. Staff was helpful, though not overly friendly, which isn't all that important, but it had been a long day. Room was lovely, but would have appreciated an extra blanket, as one of our party likes it cold. Breakfast was a little salty, but nice. Very pleasant stay.

This facility is probably the best value in the area. Room are clean,good sized and have good t.v.s and wireless service. Full hot breakfasts bufet is orffered , and of good quality/ I would hihgly recommend for a short stay.Best value in toen

Hotel is nice but the rooms are a little dated but that really didn't bother us. Pool a is very nice and also has a nice large seating area. Kids really enjoyed it after driving 8 hrs. Breakfast buffet from 6-10 was good and the room was also clean. Staff were friendly.

Stayed here for the 1st time recently. Location is excellent at intersection of 25E and I-81. Another new hotel going up next door, also next to a Cracker Barrell and gas station/convenience store. Wifi was good - no problems. Breakfast was awesome - hot foods were rotated daily. Price was good compared to hotels in the area. Plenty of parking is available. Front desk staff were friendly and great to work with. Rooms are located a short walk from the front desk/breakfast area. I will stay here again.

Wanting to stay @ another BW Plus since our experience in AL with one was favorable we trucked into this location hoping for the same positive experience. The front desk staffer gave us two rooms on the 1st floor which fronts a drainage system. As you look out your window all you see is a long berm facing the hotel. Walked into the room and was hit with the moldy and musty smell of moisture laden carpeting and walls. Went back to the front desk and asked to be relocated, saying I could not have stayed through the night with that kind of smell. His response was to say "well that's a first" as if no one has ever brought this issue up before. Grudgingly I got a 3rd floor room facing the valley on the far side from the berm and I was grateful for that but the snide comments from the front desk lingered in my mind. They have a nicely situated pool and have ample parking even for trucks and trailers. Their location is just off 81 so north/south travelers have an easy on/off. Their included breakfast was average and the coffee was good. Their own restaurant was shuttered but the Cracker Barrel was a short walk from the hotel. They have decent free wifi and room fridges. If you stay here, insist on a valley-facing room and either the 2nd or 3rd floor.

I make regular trips through Morristown, and have discovered that the Best Western is the best and most accomodation in that area. It is very accessible to I 81, but there is no traffic noise. The rooms are clean, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Cracker Barrel is in easy walking distance and Hardees's is nearby.

The staff are friendly, unobtrusive and efficient. The rooms are very clean and open. I had no worries letting our toddler crawl freely around the room. The extra touches like popcorn in the microwave and their hot breakfast go a long way. The breakfast is amazing: waffles, pancakes,eggs, sausage, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. They also serve cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit.

The room was extremely clean and was quiet. The adjoining pool which is open till 11 pm was wonderful. We enjoyed a nice swim after our long road trip. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and satisfying. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had messed up my reservation and they took my cell phone number to contact me when the issue was resolved.

Walked in without a reservation and used my BWR points for a free night stay. (king room) Very nice clean room. I give props to the housekeeping staff. Good job ?? I was welcomed by Steven who was awesome. He sure knows his job very well. Kudos to him ?? He's a great asset to your hotel. Other than that... I like to thank all who work for this BW. Everything was perfect. Room, Breakfast, Bed and its spotless. And sorry but I didn't get the gentleman's name at check out but he was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel. It also looks like they have a really nice pool area too (outside) but I didn't get to have a chance to try it out. Next time I return I sure will. If I can give more than 5 stars I would.

This is an excellent property with a great location. Very good customer service and a very fine breakfast bar. Stayed 2 times on a recent trip and had left some things in our room and they were waiting for us after we had called the hotel.

Everything that you would hope for in an overnight or extended stay at a hotel. Clean, attractive, well functioning (lights, plumbing, etc.),helpful, congenial staff, nice pool, nice location (freeway close while not being far from a nice town).

We enjoyed our stay in Morristown Best Western Plus. The breakfast was great. The oatmeal was cooked and several toppings for the oatmeal. The fruit- apples washed and in a zip loc baggy-how awesome- did not eat one, but thought this was very sanitary!! The breakfast had biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, cereal, yogurt, pastries, coffee, water, milk, and other things. The breakfast room was very well kept and cleaned as guests came and left. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room was very nice, sheets were good, the bed was comfy, towels were nice, our room had a refrigerator that was nice to use, and the list goes on and on!! We would stay here again and probably will in August.

Staff was professional and personable, the design of the hotel was quite modern, but the front desk was away from the rooms, you had to go outside to get there. Not a problem in nice weather. I can imagine that during rain or snow or bitter cold, (I know that Tennessee doesn't have bad weather) this could be annoying. No microwave in our room, and I presume not in any other room. Overall a good experience.

Current road construction makes entry a bit difficult, but the place is nice overall. Located on a hill over a busy highway, the front units are a bit noisy until traffic dies down after 11 PM. The facility itself was perfectly suitable with no problems.

Only stayed one night enroute to Pikeville Ky. Chose this hotel after reading the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Definitely will stay again if in the area. Off of Hwy 25 next to Cracker Barrel. Room had four poster bed. Of course no bed sleeps as well as your own, with that being said, I would say the bed was average (a little to firm for me).

The road noise at this motel was the worst I've experienced in many years. The hotel is so old the windows aren't insulated to keep highway noise out of room at night. Worst night's sleep ever I believe. Not sure what the Plus is for but you get nothing additional other than a trip back in time. Not worth the cost as even the included breakfast is so lean and outdated it isn't worth any additional cost to the room as it is in most all other hotels.

On our return trip from visiting our daughter who is in the Navy stationed in DC, we stayed at the Morristown, TN BW. Other than a bit tricky to find the road to get up to the hotel everything was excellent, from the room the location and the breakfast.

We were in town for a one night stay for an event at Walters State College. The hotel allowed us to check in early, as our event did not end until 9pm. Every employee that I encountered greeted me and were especially polite and went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was immaculate and spacious with very comfortable bedding and linens. The bathroom was spotless with a great showerhead and very good water pressure. The free wifi worked fine. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best offerings that I have ever seen at a hotel breakfast. There were eggs, sausauge, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, cereals, waffles, assorted muffins, fresh fruit cups, yougurt and toppings, juides, coffees, etc.. The pool are looked inviting and had it been later in the year, we would have spendt some time there. By far , the best Best Western experience that I have ever had.

I stay at the Best Western in Morristown on a regular basis, for business. The hotel is okay; the staff is very friendly and the rewards program is easy to use and has good items available. The bathroom cleanliness tends to leave something to the imagination; to include the smell of the towels as well as hairs from previous guests. However, they are putting in work to make improvements to the building and the rooms. There are not loud kids running through the halls all night which in my opinion is awesome!

This was an excellent place to stay. The room was pleasing to the eye and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided about anything you would want for any type of diet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stopped after a long drive, on my way back home. Nice sized room, king bed, very comfy, room well appointed. No issue with noise; my room was by an outside door, yet I barely heard a sound from the hallway. Breakfast was better than the basic fare usually offered at breakfast-included hotels. No issue with the wireless. I was able to sleep soundly, which is what I needed. All in all a nice experience.

My husband and I stopped by on our road trip. We had a very nice, clean room. They have a full breakfast which was very nice which saved us money from eating at the Cracker Barrel located right next door.

I have used this hotel on several occasions when traveling between NJ and MS. The service and friendliness of the staff is great. The breakfast offers many choices. The rooms are always clean and it is conveniently located near places for dinner.

We recently stayed here and we're disappointed by their rules regarding pets. We have a Pomeranian and we were not allowed to leave her in our room when we were not there. Their rules specifically say "pets are not allowed in the room when the guests are not present." So we had to take her with us when we went out visiting with family during the day. Thank goodness it was in the fifties all day otherwise we would not have been able to leave her in the car when we were out and about. We had a crate for her, but we still couldn't leave her unattended in the room and it was a major hassle. We booked this room because they were pet friendly, but it was a pain that we could not leave here in our room during the day and she had to stay in our car. What's the point in even staying at a pet friendly hotel for more than one night if your pet isn't really welcome. They may give out a goody bag for your dog, but their rules restrict what you can do with your dog if you have one with you. I will say though that this hotel was much nicer than their pictures suggest, but we probably won't stay here again for more than one night if we have our dog with us.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Excellent front desk with Charity and Steven made us feel welcome. They were helpful in recommending a restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. Beds were comfortable. Quiet.

This was an average motel. The only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. Did not have a good night sleep. Could be that it is time to replace the mattress. Other than that was an ok place to stay for one night.

This is the first time we've stayed here; but it won't be the last. Convienient to the interstate but quiet. The room was great and the very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ended up having to take out little dog with us; and they had a great bag for him at check-in.

Quite a nice place to stay, loved the balcany,,Clean and fresh very good breakfast, staff was informed would deff. stay again. It was somewhat difficult to find the right road to get to the hotel because of the GPS kept having usmake a U turn because the State changed the old entrance to the Hotel.

We had been driving all afternoon through Virginia and into Tennessee in bad weather, and decided that we would stop at the first hotel that would allow our pet to stay with us in the room. After stopping at several places that either did not allow pets our charged unreasonable pet deposits and fees, we stopped at this Best Western. The front desk staff was so polite and kind to us, tired and scared as we were of the bad weather and not being familiar with the area. They got us right into a room which was very nice, clean and comfortable- and our dog got to stay with us in the room, too! The next morning we had a delightful breakfast complete with hot and cold dishes AND tablecloths on the tables! The breakfast attendant was very nice, too. I doubt that we will be in this part of the country again, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone on the road who would like a safe and comfy evening in a friendly atmosphere.

Staff was rude to our group of 50 to 65 year olds visiting in sitting area. Not sure why, as we were causing any problems, no children, yes we were having a beer. But you know, I think it even embarrassed the other staff there.

A good location off I81 and next door to a Cracker Barrel. Rooms are clean. Shower has good pressure. Rates are stable-no gouging for late arrivals. Get a room on lobby level 2nd floor. But, the road to the property is poorly marked and not lighter for after dark arrivals. Nor is the exit signage to I81 - it's misleading instructing you to go straight when you should turn left!

We stopped here on a whim as we were passing by and tired. The room was nice and clean, beds were ok, but I've had better, front desk check in was very friendly, breakfast was average with container eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, e.t.c. Overall it was a decent stay.

This hotel is a great place to stay off the interstate. Very clean even though it's an older hotel and the hot breakfast in the morning was excellent!! I understand why it gets great reviews as we felt very safe and comfortable in our room at night and is a good value. It is comfort without breaking the bank. We will definitely stay here again when we travel home for the holidays.

Obviously this isn't a five star hotel, but it's great if you're passing through or on a budget. We were on our way to Nashville and needed to stop for the night. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and workers were polite. Even better, the free breakfast was delicious!

Of all the places my group visited, this place understood how to process a weary group of travelers in an expeditious manner! Breakfast was well-stocked, the room was quiet and comfortable. After I forgot my iPod on the treadmill, Charity went the extra mile for me and sent it to me at home. Truly southern hospitality and charm.

Terrible experience. First they gave me a room which I would classify as a basement, then the treadmill stopped working in mid stride, luckily I didn't break my neck. Secondly the room noise here is terrible. The windows are so cheap you can hear every car driving down I 81. The fan on the hvac system is 2 feet from the bed, when it decides to stop blowing directly on you, the compressor on the fridge starts up. But the final straw was getting up to use the bathroom and finding a bug crawling around inside the toilet. Maybe if the housekeeping staff spent less time hanging outside smoking and more time cleaning they could prevent this. Disgusting.

We stay here 3-4 times a year, always clean rooms and friendly staff. Cracker Barrel within walking distance for lunch or dinner. Hotel has free hot breakfast with nice variety including, biscuits & Gravy, waffles, hot oatmeal, potatoes, eggs & meat.

Picked this hotel for our one night passing through based on Tripadvisor reviews. Very pleased! Everything about the hotel was cozy and welcoming. When many hotels throw some food out on the counter in the lobby, this hotel goes the extra mile making it feel like an actual restaurant. Breakfast is set out buffet style in a dining room with a tv and plenty of windows. The lady in charge obviously cared about her role at the hotel keeping the dining room neat, food stocked, etc. I appreciate that. The lobby is comfortable enough you don't mind sitting and watching the news. There is a little office area with three computers and a printer in the lobby as well as a coffee bar. Our room was clean and comfortable - no complaints whatsoever. Enjoyed our little balcony, too. That was a nice surprise. We're a family of four (kids are 2 and 7) who travel frequently and I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Morristown.

We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western in Morristown. We stayed because we were too tired to make it to Knoxville, which was our destination. The whole place is clean and very pretty. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff helpful. We would stay here anytime.

This December I traveled alone to Morristown Tn - a place I had never been- to help my sister who was very sick to pack her house and move out of state. I chose to stay in the Best Western because the reviews on trip advisor said it was #1 in Morristown and had a good, hot breakfast. i planned to stay 4 night and ended up staying 7 nights. I breathed a sigh of relief from the long car trip when I arrived in the lobby that was beautifully and comfortably decorated and smelled like Christmas. Assistant manager Darrell Short checked me in quickly with my expedia reservation. This hotel cost less that the ones which were not as nice and did not offer hot breakfast. My room was ultra comfortable and clean. I got the interior room facing the mountains that I requested. During my extended stay of working to pack my sister's house from breakfast to bedtime, I met several employees and they were all courteous, kind and helpful. I learned that most have been working there for years, some for 20 or more. They were happy to be there, and made me happy to be there. The breakfast lady served me with a welcoming spirit like family and was very diligent to keep the eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy pans full and warm. The dining room had the weather channel playing quietly. There were crystal chandeliers and big windows overlooking the roses outside. The front desk workers were all attentive and welcomed any request for help. Charity, Amy and Debbie were as kind to me as family. Geraldine kept my room spotlessly clean and is a wonderful lady. The laundry facilities were pleasant and everything was clean and in working order. I was able to get change and detergent easily at the front desk in the middle of the night. There was a page in the front of the hotel details book in the room that wished a blessing on my work, my stay and my business. It was a beautiful blessing. I wish I could post a copy of it for all to see. Mr. Darrell Short is the assistant manager who has been there for 25 plus years. He takes pride in his work and it shows in every detail. He is also kind and appreciates his employees. He went the extra mile in introducing me to someone who could help me in my moving task. This was an answer to prayer and shows the hotel motto: "We care". Mr. Short cares about his employees and guests. Best hotel manager in the business no doubt - and an award winner! Mr. Landree Brotherton, front desk manager helped me above and beyond in my week of great need. He was an answer to prayer. I would love for this young man to receive public praise - also Mr. Short who trained him. Mr. Brotherton exemplified kindness, compassion and an amazing work ethic. This young man has both brains and brawn and used both to help a guest in need. He did it all without a moment of negative attitude or a sigh. He was positive and worked as hard as anyone of the previous generations which we so admire. Very clean and well kept hotel in Morristown, Tennessee... Excellent value for the cost and they have an extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area or while traveling along I-81...

Great stay on the weekend of November 20, 2015. The rooms are clean and comfortable and a great value. The breakfast was way better than expected. It was fresh and had a good variety. The hotel is close to the interstate and about a mile from Walters State expo center. Also, it's right beside a Cracker Barrel which is great!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with our pets. The room was big, cozy and very clean. Room opened up to outside for loading and unloading of luggage and pets. There was a restaurant right across the parking lot. Everything you needed was close at this exit off interstate 40 going East. We would stay there again.

Looks a little outdated from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and nice. I believe most rooms have a sliding glass door to an outside balcony/patio. This was nice since I was traveling with my two small dogs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable.

This hotel is exceptional -- you'll pay about double the cheapies, but it's nice. Great breakfast. Love the high sinks! Beds great. BUT do not expect to relax for the evening and walk to the restaurant for a drink. Cracker Barrell NEVER has drinks... I've just learned. I would not have stopped here had I known.

Overall a very good place to stay. Very convenient to the interstate hwy. A good restaurant within walking distance. Very courteous and professional staff from the front desk to housekeeping personnel

Stopped off the road. We had been to another hotel earlier in the evening and they were booked up. Found the Best Western and it was karma. Font desk was welcoming room was extremely clean. Very quiet and nice over night stay. Will be using Best western again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything seemed like new! If I remember correctly, there is a mirror in the room so one person can be using this mirror to get ready while the other uses the one in the bathroom. The t.v. had a "guide" channel which all hotels do not offer but is nice to have. The hot breakfast was very good! Two ladies kept things well supplied and clean - including tables as guests left. There is a Cracker Barrel next door for a dinner choice.

Rooms was clean, beds comfortable, check-in very efficient. Breakfast was really good for free breakfast. Eggs, sauasage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all kept warm and FRESH. Fresh fruit toppings for make your waffles. Wi-fi was hit and miss all weekend but overall, will stay again. Nice room for the rate.

This is our second time to stay here. Very nice room. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed. I love that there is a couch for sitting. A nice breakfast assortment to start the day. We stayed the night of October 15. It would be a nice place to stay for a longer time.

Nice dining room and a decent breakfast spread. The design is diffrence but functional. Rooms are clean. You can't hear your neighbors through the wall. Decor is a little outdated in the lobby and dining room. Rooms comfortable. Ac way to loud.

We picked the hotel because it was conveniently located to the dog show facility. It turned out to be very comfortable and clean. The people at the hotel were very nice and pleasant to deal with. The free breakfast was excellent. I liked staying in the "dog" rooms - they had little patios that went straight out to the parking lot so it was easy to walk the dog and get him in and out of the hotel room without having to walk up and down the hallways. Oh and they are happy to fill up your cooler with ice from the restaurant which is a nice touch. It was also nice to have the Cracker Barrel across the street to walk to on Sat night when we were too exhausted to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

This Best Western went over the top with a wonderful breakfast. Every thing was hot not laying around for an hour. A staff person was on hand making shore dishes were full and people were happy. I think i have covered just about everything so in closing i must say I COULD NOT! have eaten another thing.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked into this motel. Even though the hotel grounds and landscaping was very nice, it was better than it looked. I checked in and the staff was friendly and attentive. My room was fantastic, clean, well appointed and very attractively decorated. The room had all the great amenities I wanted and a few surprises including a working (and secure) glass sliding door to my own personal outside seating area. This was really nice since I had my dog with me. The bathroom was squeaky clean and had a granite counter! The TV and wireless was easy to use, everything from the air conditioner to the hair dryer was nice. The fitness center was small but well appointed, clean and convenient. The breakfast was free, had lots of great choices and the area was super clean. I have never stayed in a motel this nice that allowed me to bring my dog. Which reminds me, it was also quiet so my dog slept through the night instead of the usual off and on low growl I endure at loud motels. I truly can't recommend this place enough! Four stars at a 2-3 star price!!!

Rolling in at the end of a shockingly smooth I-81 southbound drive, we had pushed late into the night (1 am is late for 2 elementary school kids) to take advantage of the light traffic. So when we arrived at the hotel, we were just looking for a place to crash. Best Westerns are always a big "if" since the brand allows for more variety in its portfolio than some of the other big brands. With that said, the rate and location seemed exactly what we need. From the friendly front desk service that offered a better walk-in rate and quickly getting us into a room, to a well appointed and updated room with plenty of space, to really good breakfast set up; we would definitely recommend this hotel again. It seems like management and ownership have represented the Best Western Plus brand well and created a competitive property against anything else along that stretch of I-81. We will consider pushing to this hotel even if the traffic conditions are less than ideal in the future passing other properties and the option of booking thru an opaque channel because the hotel direct price was fair. The hotel's location has a few notes. The highway noise did not bleed into the rooms. The hotel is visible from the highway but does not have an obvious entrance once off the ramp and especially at night should have signage that is elevated higher than the ground and at both turns.

Check in was easy. Room was comfortable. Hotel is next to Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Hardees and gas stations. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and polite. They offer lower level rooms that have a sliding door to parking lot and a field for pet guest.

This place is okay for a quick night sleep. Cracker Barrel across parking lot and your on the road. Hotel breakfast was not good, Room was okay, balcony is nice except for all the smokers outside and the interstate noise. Door closed solved the noise.

I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed during a business trip to the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable air was nice and cool. Internet is free and worked without any issues (a big plus). It's the little things that count. They have request cards in the room for housekeeping with any special service needs or problems you have. They also have a card you put on your door for personalized housekeeping service asking what time you want your room cleaned and what type of service you would like. Each day my room was clean as requested upon my return. The lobby is not connected to the rooms so for any issues and for breakfast you must walk outside to get to this area. Normally not an issue but my key stopped working on two occasions and I had to walk outside at night to get a new key. However the rooms are all enclosed with an indoor hallway and you need a key at certain times to get in so security overall is good. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast with a few options. Pretty standard for hotel breakfast. The website states they are adjacent to Cracker Barrel it is actually across the street from the hotel. There is a gas station and Hardee's around a corner (not across the street per the website). My experience was a positive one and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night here after stumbling across it while searching for somewhere to stay after the NASCAR in Bristol! The room was large, comfortable and very clean, including breakfast we thought this was a good value stay. My only issue was that our room was on the ground floor with only a single-glazed glass door between us and the parking lot. This combined with the fact there are no safes, even at reception made the room feel less than secure.

Had been to DC to visit family and Morristown was my overnight stop. I felt that my total of $110 (with AAA discount) for the night was a little high. Perhaps, this is in line with convention or business travel but I stayed in Residence Inn suite in Falls Church for $87 a night and there is another Best Western in Cosby, TN (exit 435) for $79. Next time, I will man up and drive the extra 20 minutes to Cosby. Both offer clean rooms and good service.
