Where to begin • Beautifull hotel entrance we where excited when we got there for New Years Eve! • Disappointed that no one told us the restaurant was closed for renovations, so we had to uber eats in • Went to shower at 9 before our party and NO WORKING WATER AND COLD . took about 45min to half fill up the bath. • Came back at 3 am to a COLD ROOM Heating does not work and the braker kept jumping. • Keep in mind this was Jan1st , we hear BAGGING on the door at 8:45 am, it's the cleaning lady asking me when I'm leaving??? I'm like at check out you just woke us up. • I called the front desk to complain , he was like sorry , I ask for a late checkout for the inconvenience and was told it was 50$ • 10:45 BAGGING at my door, cleaning lady , are you leaving? Told her we had a late check out and guess what she was BAGGING at my door at 11:45 • I complained to the front desk he said since its Jan1st all managers are gone and gave me an email address. • 7 emails later with no response and 2 chats with Hotel.com they just told me they are not going to anything about it. Not even my 50$ for the late check out/ • I have not seen horrible service like this in a long time, Shame on your for running our New year day.

Issues with many items in the room (broken closet door, no hanger for our jackets, coffee items missing, tapestry and trim detached from the wall, blanket unclean, TV difficult to operate even after a technician came to program it, etc.). Staff not receptive at all when we shared these issues. Will not return to this hotel.

Went for our company Christmas party. Food was excellent, staff was great. Spent the night, room was very clean and comfortable. Location is extremely convenient, but understand that you are on Hwy40 so the windows are dirty and the view is not interesting.

Dirty room, blood stain on the bed, sheets not covering mattress or duvet, sheets and duvet stained, no hangers in the closet, coffee machine and all surfaces dusty / dirty, unpleasant odor in some hallways and room. There was an error on my bill, and no one will return my call or emails. They always say the manager is not in, try again later. Definitely do not recommend.

Nice and welcoming..clean …the staff were helpful and friendly…room service was fast and delicious..would stay anytime..room were very clean ..internet was great..parking is easy .Breakfast was a little ordinary could use a little improvement.

They're on business and there is one blond woman working the front desk who is outright rude and argues with guests across the lobby in front of everyone! The free coffee maker ran out of coffee and a guest complained, only to have her yell at him across the lobby full of people. Then she said to another that it's not her job to worry about the coffee machine, and to another that the machine is there for guests only and to tell someone in the breakfast area. The people in the breakfast area said it wasn't their machine to keep up to date but that they would tell the appropriate person and asked why the front desk said to ask them instead of the proper person. The blond working the font desk was just totally rude to everyone, never cracked a smile and obviously doesn't like her job or working with people. The place itself is small and not near any popular tourist destinations. The women's washrooms near the breakfast room are out of order indefinitely and a hotel worker told the lineup outside the only other available bathroom that it was a plumbing problem that's the problem of the city. People could put up with some things but rude argumentative service in the hospitality business is totally unacceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for a show in Montreal and we did not enjoyed the place and we would rather avoid it next time we travel there. We had to wait to get our room in which several things were missing including toilet paper, kleenex and towels. The parking is located under an overpass where it's dirty, crouded and dark especially at night. Also there was a lot of noise inside the hotel at night.

We had a decent experience at this hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned (I know towels are not changed these days unless asked but we expected the room to be cleaned to some extent and trashes to be removed which wasn't done). Breakfast was good. Room decors looked pretty cheap. Vending machine only accepts 5 and 10 dollar bills which was a bummer

Good hotel to stay with breakfast. The room are good with WIFI. Front desk service was good. The only problem we face is they don't make up the room everyday. It would be great if they can make the room everyday. Otherwise all the service we get was good and i am satisfied about their service. best washes to the hotel.

Would come back again anytime. Service was excellent. I read some reviews about breakfast, I really don't understand what people are complaining about. They have a variety of choices. From hot meal to cold to cereals. A choice for everyone

I have stayed at nicer hotels. Basic and wish we stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was 3/10. Sketchy neighborhood. Overpriced imo. It was close to highway and metro and bus. These were a positive. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed in how unclean the room was. They were above average in size and the room air condition worked well but just poorly maintained and run down. Mouldy areas in the washroom, food crumbs in the drawers, sticky substances on the floor, kitchen counters not cleaned, kitchen sink and washroom sink slow to drain. Television not functioning. Overall poor value considering the cost and I would not recommend.

All around unhappy with our stay. The first night there was a huge party in the hotels banquet hall which was located directly under our room. We went down to speak with the staff and they were very dismissive as if we were unreasonable for being upset by super loud electronic music keeping us up. They never once even offered to switch our rooms. We were just told its end at 12:00 am and brushed aside. They ended up going until 1:30. The following morning we tried speaking with staff again and were told they couldn't do anything but a manager would be in the following morning. So the following morning we tried once again, and were told they couldn't do anything the general manager would give us a call… which as you may have guessed never happened. We should at the very least have been compted for that night. If I wanted to be kept up by terrible music and loud drunk people I would've rented a room above a dive bar. I travel all over the country for work and this is by far the worst costumer service I've ever received.

Breakfast was average and I had to turn on a portable AC which was super loud in order to have the room at a certain temperature. Had a bit of problems with the Internet too. In the plus column, the staff was super nice and the fitness center is also nice.

Do not, I repeat do not stay at this hotel. We went with a group and there was not enough blankets and pillows for our children. Breakfast was not edible, more like a 1 star cuba resort. Took me 30 mins to check in. Hotel had a smell like they were spraying from something daily. 2 vehicles were stolen while we were there.

Don't miss the dining, quality and quantity of food was amazing. Nice hot cooked breakfast daily. No carpets in my room! Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was really pleasant. Right close to the metro!

Good points: 15 minutes from the airport. Low ish priced accommodations, warm breakfast included. Big rooms, has a gym. Bed was comfy if skimpy on the sheets. On the other hand: my bathroom had a swarm of flies (not exaggerating). My first clue was the smell of bug spray as I walked into the room. Tried to use the room phone to call down for a different room…the phone doesn't actually call anywhere. Got a curt apology at the front desk when I went back down, dragging my luggage along, and was given a different room. In the new room, the closet door is broken, the phone in this room has fallen apart, the Keurig coffee maker is there with one coffee pod, no cups, no sugar, etc. Went to use their gym after breakfast. The paper towel dispenser is empty - no regular towels no equipment cleaning supplies. The weight rack has heavy weights - 7.5 kilos and up, no lighter ones…smaller people use weights, too! I had arranged for a late check out when I checked in. I was pressured to vacate twice long before my arranged departure time. In general, my sleep was fine but there is no hospitality in this place. Considering you'll have to pay a taxi to get to/from the airport, my suggestion is to pay a little more for your room at another hotel and enjoy a much nicer experience!

Rooms were clean shower has warm and had good pressure. Not a lot of eating options in easy walking distance but it was reasonably close to my event I travelled for. Two hundred characters are more then I thought.

If you stay more then day don't used Because they clean the rooms after 3 days and you need to take your own trash outside and pick up your towels at the front desk every you to take shower. and the breakfast room to small for the numbers of people staying at the hotel

The necessary amenities are available as advertised. Staff are helpful, room is clean and breakfast is great. Somebody keeps the area clean and disinfects after every client used a table. Comfortable environment. Place is located close to highway which makes it convenient. Parking across street but easily accessible and free for clients of Best Western. Really appreciate this!.

Room is not fully clean, windows are both extremely dirty and broken and AC unit is so loud you can use it when you're inside. Isolation between room does not exist : you'll ear everything from neighboors). Breakfast, in a frozen room with AC way to cold, is quite poor with no employee to refill or clean the tables. Hotel is located in the Little Maghreb neighborhood ; quite unsecure at night

We were in Montreal overnight to visit a friend and chose the best western as it normally has good rooms at a good rate. The room itself was fine although a bit dated. The room service was tasty and quick, Due to the excessive heatwave that had also made a visit, it was difficult to cool the room down. The area of town seemed to be a bit run down, however we were just there to sleep so it was good value for an overnighter. Staff wer very good as well!

The Hotel Montreal Metropolitan provided a comfortable stay while on business in the city. It is centrally located to all the neighborhoods of the city, accessible by subway. The room was spacious, new, clean and fully functional. Breakfast was less than anticipated but I expect that is a carryover from a very strict COVID safety protocol imposed by city and provincial authorities. Good value for a comfortable stay.

I stayed in a room with double beds however there were only two towels for the body, two hand towels, and two face towels. No body soap, or moisturizer, only two face bar soap, two shampoos and two conditioners. I had to purchase body wash and moisturizer. I was not offered the complimentary bottle of water. The Keurig machine in the room was dirty, there was no sugar or cutlery to stir with. The room didn't have a clock to set an alarm for the morning. Breakfast was served at 6:30am, which was too late as I had to leave the hotel for work at 6:30am. It would have been nice if it started at 6:00am. Overall the service was mediocre and not what I have come to expect from Best Western.

during my entire stay, the hallway was dirty and debris. Pastries at the lobby was there for 3 days. the room was not as pictured with 2 brown pillows, throw pillow and i ask for regular sleeping pillow, they said they didn't have any and housekeeping is gone. the carpet was dirty, no soap, wash cloth or shampoo etc.. everything that's common to hotel room, i had to ask the front desk. their reason was that "the cleaning crew must of been in a rush" no trash can and the windows were FITLHY !! DIRTY DIRTY. they kept saying "due to COVID" that's the reason why this hotel should be clean on a regular basis.

Everything went wrong. Start with dirty walls, blinking lights and air conditioning wasn't working. Notified the front desk and they said they can't do anything about it. Worst part is the toilet clogged and it overflowed in the room that it smells so bad. Breakfast was meh and dirty eating station.

My stay at BW Montreal was fine, but reviewing my CC I noticed I was charged in USD, a difference of $130. The Canadian BW website only displays in CD (default), $420.48 and they charged me in USD $556.65. I called the customer service support line, which reroutes me to a Florida company reservations.com with customer service reps in the Phillipines which sent me to an email address to sort out my complaint. Reservations.com handles the back end of BW. This is (1) fale advertising, (2) fraud, (3) and (3) brutal customer service. I couldn't find a local phone number anywhere to contact the Montreal BW location directly prior to booking (not until I arrived and asked for their # number). I'm done with these corporations who have so little care and consideration for their customers. I should be able to EASILY contact a business I am paying a service for and get some ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I use BW.

It was an ok hotel, however being so close to highway 40, it's noisy. The parking situation isn't optimal, as it's under the overpass and my car got really dirty. The staff however is awesome! Very helpful!

Do NOT stay here unless you plan on being awake until 2AM with the club music blaring. The rooms are poorly lit, poorly cleaned, and our room had a missing door on the cabinet. VERY poor quality all around. They said food could be ordered until midnight, but closed it early at 11:30 and we could not find food anywhere close by. Very bad experience. NOT worth the price.

A nice restauration of a former factory building. A 3-star hotel. The only thing missing is a pool or at least a spa. Right in front of a busy highway with constant traffic; ask for a room in the back if you want a quiet place. With a main highway in front, it is easy to go everywhere in an around Montréal. Plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding residential streets. Not up to the level of BW Premier Collection.

Where do I even begin..the water pressure sucked in the washroom, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the tv didn't turn on despite my attempt to manually switch it on. The breakfast was awful. I have had better food staying in a hospital room. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner which is so inconvenient given the horrible location of this hotel (by the TransCanada highway)..I had no idea it would be this awful of a stay. And I'm thankful that I decided on just the one night. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay!

The staff is friendly and the hotel is generally clean, however the rooms are a major disappointment. The seem to have only used furniture, are very dim and uncomfortable. It very tired and has a very "used furniture" feel The hotel is also extremely loud - you have hear people talking as if they are in the room with you.

Luckily we spent only one night. We had to take showers in very cold water in a room that had a huge leak of cold air in the window. We called the reception and nothing was done. Not sure how the hot water is delivered to the rooms but it doesn't make sense that ONLY one room had a problem. One of the pillows had a blood stain and the breakfast was really, really bad. I stayed in much less expensive hotels and got better service. This one have a long way to go...

Poor quality hotel, bad location, uncaring staff, terrible decor. The place looked bad from the street. The rooms look bad, smell bad, and are bad. Several problems that went unsolved when reported. Do not stay here.

Stayed at this place many times in the last year and a half, as its conveniently located close to family. On average payed 80$ (more or less) either via BW site or calling hotel. Rooms are big, decent, good beds, cheaper LCD TV with cable box, not much channels, clean bathroom, fridge with 2 bottles of water, and Keurig machine. Notice in last stays that lighted mirrors in bathroom where not functioning well. Wifi works well. Take a side room or inner facing room as front rooms face highway and the noise is intense. Gym on thrid floor is decently equipped but older machines. Breakfast are decent, a bit above the norm for a cheap hotel. Free parking across the street, under the highway. Plenty of dining options in the area, with a more ethnic flair.

I called the front desk for towel and they told me to come get it myself because the staff is on break time. Bad location for a hotel, u have to cross a main busy street to get to the car parking can get hit by a car. It is a old building, room are old bot a proper A/C unit.

We stayed in this Hotel, August 18-22, 2021 Hotel is nice and clean in modern style,Hotel staff is speaking Enghlish and very friendly, any thing I ask, they help me right way, Will recomend this Hotel to any one. Good job managment and staff.

Chose the hotel based on proximity to a wedding; it is about 1/2 an hour from downtown by car. Free parking right out front. Bed broke and it was not repaired immediately but upon second request the staff ably found a solution in the middle of the night. Internet was inconsistent. Very loud AC but it worked amidst a heat wave. Full kitchenette, which we used with no issues other than pots/cutlery not clean and no soap/dish cloth. Elevator didn't work for an afternoon.

This was by far the most terrible stay I've had with Best Western. This hotel doesn't deliver I've been accustomed to with the brand. The pricing was similar (if not more expensive) than hotel Best Western hotels I've stayed. But its on the highway (the window are not sound proof so you can hear traffic very well) and it's hard to access by public transportation. Given this, I expected service/amenities to compensate for this drawback. They were terrible. I had to change room because I was put in a room that was joined with a family so I could hear them very clearly, as my room and theirs were only separated by a flimsy door that they had locked. In the second room, there was plastic cover (giant bag) that was left on the mattress that made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The room wasn't clean. A previous customer had left a cigarette bud in the A/C and room service didn't clean it. When I left for the whole day, they didn't clean my room, empty the trash, made the bed etc. Nobody came. When I brought my own trash downstairs to the lobby, the staff didn't asked any question as to why I was bringing my own trash to the lobby (perhaps this would have given them a clue that something was wrong?). TV wasn't working (snow on the channel). Phone to call the reception wasn't working (I had to call the front desk on the general hotel number). When I notified them that the TV wasn't working, they told me they would send someone, but they never did. Breakfast was sub-par (I couldn't eat it). In short, the whole experience was a sub-standard, and I could NOT recommend this hotel to any future customers. 1/5. Thanks.

The photos show a welcoming experience. That is, until there is a problem...and there were. I called the front desk to ask about this button on the mirror. I angrily got the answer that it was for the light around the mirror...which didn't work. The mini-fridge tips over every time you open the door.The hallways are lit as if you were in a romantic restaurant. The hand sanitizer ran out in the dispenser. After notifying the angry guy at the front desk, he said it would be taken care of the next day. Upon leaving, it was still empty. I asked for a 9AM wake up call and in the morning changed it to 10:30. Never got a call. There is no early check-in or late check-out without an extra charge. Check-in is 4 (pretty late) and check-out is 11(pretty early). Stay anywhere else where times are flexible. Except for Amanda, go somewhere else.

I went to this location as I wanted to experience the Best Western "Premier Collection" and have an Elite member status. At my arrival, I could see the staff was overwhelmed with lots of guests to serve. They did their best to serve my needs, but I did not feel they were appreciating me as a guest although I have an Elite status. The first two days were a nightmare with lots of noise coming from rooms nearby and conjugal disputes, and as the walls were paper-thin, we could hear everything. I've asked for assistance more than 3 times over the telephone, and the staff was not helpful neither compassionate other than saying they'll send somebody to have a look. I have offered different alternatives as compromise such as changing room or have a credit issued as compensation, but nothing was done until I come speak to the hotel manager. I've ended up receiving an additional $15 discount for two more nights, which is, in fact, not much, but I ended up accepting it since the value for the room was pretty decent even if the location is far remote from centre town. The staff was genuinely friendly, and I believe this location has potential, but more coaching and training would be needed to meet the standards we would expect from a "Premier Collection" Best Western hotel. Some pros are the cleanliness of the room and lots of space making it perfect to work remotely during covid times. Also, the complimentary continental breakfast is nice as well. I believe the value for what you get is good. The management team also had an opportunity to make the things right, but was not really proactive to make me happy, which is unfortunate because I would have considered it if they would have put more efforts in trying to resolve the problems immediately rather than waiting for the customer to complain.

This new hotel used to be a warehouse in industrial northeast Montreal but you would not know. Beautifully designed and modestly priced, conveniently next to Highway 40 (but surprisingly quiet), free parking opposite hotel entrance. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast (egg in wrap, home fries etc.) in the breakfast room, pre-plated for COVID. Beautiful big park behind the hotel with children's playground, sports courts, pool, even a farmer's market - very fresh.

Really lovely staff - the only thing they did wrong was send us to a more expensive, and far less impressive, hotel the first night we went to them (as they were full). They took excellent care of us during a difficult situation and made our stay very pleasant

Amazing love the place. Big thank you to Mike and the team. It was my first experience in the hotel really love it. Tha staffs are polite and nice, room very clean. You can even eat in the bathroom so nice and clean. LOL. Love you all guys

Owners and staff always willing to please. Hotel is pretty new and is kept clean. The gym has ample equipment and is fairly new. The rooftop terrace is an excellent place to sit around and read a book.

This is my second time staying there and I have to say the staff are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating very caring and they seem genuine and sincere. Any difficulties that I had they were more than willing to accommodate and find solutions. Also their breakfast is amazing there is so many things to choose from for an included breakfast this is definitely the best place to go. It's true outside with the highway 40 overpass it's noisy and industrialized outside but none of that is apparent from within, end it is close to so many amazing places it makes it easy to get around weather by car or by transit or walking. At this price, it would be hard to beat the deal that they offer at this location

This hotel meet all of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, great amazing staffs ( Olympia, Vino ...},, great services, plenty parking spaces except the entrance door did not open by itself , but it was a minor inconveniences. We will definitely stay there again because it's just a 15-20 minutes drive to downtown Montreal. Keep up the good work!

The cleanliness of our room was poor. Glitter and hair ties on the floor, no towels, no face cloths, no ice bucket or machines. The bed looked like kids had been jumping on it before our arrival, overall not a good experience. The food in the breakfast area was cold, eggs and sausage. When bringing up the issues at checkout not so much as an apology was offered.

We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights; Suite 227. Very clean carpet, bed sheets and specially bathroom, quite cozy hotel with friendly staff, We got there from Toronto and they were paying attention to our questions regarding to explorer the city and directed us nicely, Good breakfast and cheerful servers. There is no indoor parking but you can park under bridge just in front of the Hotel. In general we had a good time there and just recommend to install Vent Fan in bathrooms. Good price for a clean Hotel and Service. We definitely go Purple Rope Hotel in our next trip to Montreal. Thank you Kathy, Kevin

Easy access to the Hotel, parking lot right across the street under the highway so protected from snowfalls, both check-in & check-out were fast and done with a smile, the brunch was very good and the room was clean and well equiped.

Our room was on a floor that was under construction. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls in the hallways, and there was construction debris on the floor, I vacuumed throughout our five-night stay. The carpet in the hallways was taped down. The elevator didn't work, and our room was on the top floor (fifth, I believe). Our stairwell was filled with ladders and other construction equipment. Our room's furniture wasn't fully assembled and some seemed to be missing. The bathroom fan blew out over the bed and couldn't be turned off. It was noisy at night and also seemed to circulate air from other rooms, as the smell of cigarettes in our room woke us up on multiple night. Our room wasn't cleaned after our first night, and following other cleanings we found dirty latex gloves on top of our belongings. We had friends on other floors, and those floors seemed nice. We paid the same rate as they did. Photos attached.

Seems like nothing can complain in this hotel but only the location. Can find no store or restaurant open after 8pm in the area. Can hear the noise from the highway in room. The parking is is also not convenience and feels not secure.

We were part of a group booking and the price was worth the stay. Beds were a little hard, but clean and comfy. Looks renovated recently. Would definitely go back to this hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant/lounge. It was very good.

The hotel is easy to get to -- exit #75 off hi-way 40. Clean, nice bed and good breakfast. Parking is free but under the hi-way not ideal. Must cross busy road to get to hotel from parking lot. Nice building.

Really had an amazing stay at this hotel ! Check in was easy and fast. After a Long drive I was very pleased that employees we're helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable! Would definitely come back here with my family or friends.

The hotel room was spectacular!! It has a full kitchen. The hotel is new, therefore the furniture and decor is Art Deco!! Very trendy!! It made me feel like I wanted to live there. Absolutely beautiful!

Stayed at this hotel for the second time , first time the hotel had just started up and was not fully operational, second time it was supposed to be fully operational. The hotel is facing a very noisy highway, the room llights are arwfull industrial blue light,the hot water took ages to reach my room and the shower tap was conected in a way that you had to guess where you would actualy get the warm water. Breakfast was included but nut up to the standard , the breakfast room is not wery cosy and has no windows, remind me of hotels i have stayed in in 3rd world countries. i will not recomend this hotel to anyone, there are plenty of hotels around that offers better value

The pictures on the website are all staged. This hotel is cold and without personality. No hot water in the morning. Chair at the desk is broken (isn't this a new hotel?). Coffee station in the room but no cream. Bed is uncomfortable and pillows are horrible. I can't believe this qualifies for a Best Western Premier. Best thing about the stay was the half decent breakfast.

Not satisfied at all with the noise level and the loud music at night and vacuum noise early morning. Cooling system was too hard to control and got sick from it cant turn it down so its either on or off if off its too hot and if on too noisy and cold did not sleep at all the two nights i was there.

Nice and clean hotel with great service at the reception and great room service, good breakfast ,and fast internet service and street view from the room and good service from hotel staff , very convenient for car parking

Lovely hotel, newly renovated. Stayed in Room 210 from 9/9-9/15/2019. Our room was well appointed but only on the first day. In room coffee maker is useless without creamers which were never replenished after the first day. I left housekeeping a note for this. USB outlets on the lamps did NOT work which left me with a dead phone for an entire day of foot travel - very disappointing. There was NO hair dryer provided. Our final day we returned around 7:30 pm to a room that had not been cleaned or replenished at all. Called the front desk and the reply was "Well, there's no one here. I'll see what I can do." We had asked her earlier how to get ice so when that gentleman arrived we asked for towels, coffee and creamer. He delivered! By the way, there is parking available but UNDER the Trans-Canada Highway!! My final thought - they could have tried a bit harder for customer satisfaction.

We travel a lot It was such a sad surprise .... We arrived on Saturday Aug 10 after a long flight I was given cards to my room 315 What a surprise to discover that room was completely not cleaned after previous guests dirty towels in bedroom and bathroom and bed completely undone used pillows on the floor We went to the lobby told them but not even a small apology was given. That's why I give this review We got different room 215 where either hairdryer and tv was not working They exchanged hair dryer but never fixed tv Cleaning was really nice. Breakfast had small selection We will never stay here again

We spent one night at this lovely hotel, while on a bus trip. The rooms were really nice and clean, including the bathroom. The elevators were out of order, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Arranged for everyone and their luggage to get to their room when we arrived, and again in the morning. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone who works there were really great. Would recommend it again for anyone.

Entrance seemed decent but then missing phone and alarm clock in room tried 2 times out of 5 night stay to get this corrected but they seemed to not care as each time I was told it would be fixed it wasnt. No one knew how to set the safe code in the room. the hot-water took 10-15 minutes to come on hotel carpets seemed to be left un vacuumed as each day I was there they were a mess elevator was in disrepair and the breakfast was about the only thing going fir the hotel. The restaurant.bar food was just bad for what you paid. Would not stay there again

Very friendly, helpful staff. Free parking. Convenient location, easy to find. Free breakfast. Not too bad. They had eggs, potatoes, cereal, granola, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee, juice and tea. They were missing bacon and waffles. We were there for 3 nights. Elevator was not working for 2 of them and then it was finally working for the final night. The beautiful stairs that are in the centre ARE NOT the stairs you take to your floor if the elevator is broken. The stairs that lead to the hotel floors are dingy and old. They are renovating though and the rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean however when the maid came to clean the bathroom, they missed the tub, it was a bit grimy. Very good room, quiet facing the courtyard. All the hotel was under renovation, so the room looked like new, including a very modern bathroom design. All staff very serviceable and ready to provide advice or answers to our questions. Very abundant and well served breakfast, nice staff also. Right beside R40 highway.
