Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn

Base camp simply needs to be clean, comfortable, and a good place to relax after a long day on the trails. This Best Western Plus hits the mark with all of those, plus a full breakfast spread with an amazing staff manning it, a pool, and a hot tub to soak your sore legs and/or to bring your 11 kids on vacation for some fun in the mountainous high desert. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location is ideal to walk to dinner or for a cold one, because let's be honest: you earned it out there!

Beautiful and clean hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff!! We booked last minute and could not have been happier with our stay. The room and bathroom were immaculate! The front desk staff and breakfast staff were so friendly and engaging. They provided local recommendations along with some other ideas for our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back for future trips in Moab!!

This hotel is right in the center of town near restaurants and shopping. Room was large with a small couch and chairs in a sitting area. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. Small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Bathroom has a large tub/shower and separate area with vanity from the toilet area. Pool and jacuzzi was nice after a long day. Breakfast was flavorful and freshly cooked with plenty of choices. Very friendly staff.

We were here for 2 nights on a Canyonlands tour with a travel group. This hotel was very well located in Moab and was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable mattress. They had provided us with 2 bottles of complimentary water and we also had a small fridge in the room. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the breakfast staff were all friendly, helpful, and kept food stocked well. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast with enough choices for everyone to find something. The breakfast room was quite small, but the staff kept it cleared and clean. There was a coffee machine in the lobby which was a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again.

The Canyonlands BW had everything we needed: large, clean rooms, a wonderful, healthy free breakfast and access to Moab restaurants. And the service was professional and friendly. One pleasant surprise was lovely egg white omelettes. Thank you!

Loved the site from the first steps in, lobby staff was very helpful, the rooms were well stocked, and the hot tub was the best after a day of hiking. The breakfast food and staff were great. The owners have put a lot of money into updating this site and it shows.

Moab provided a great halfway point for our road-trip from Scottsdale to Denver. BW Canyonlands was a pleasant spot for a peaceful night's rest. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff made us feel very welcome.

Egg white frittatas cooked fresh, fresh real scrambled eggs, sausage/crisp bacon, chiobani Greek yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, sweet Fuji apples and friendly breakfast attendants! Check-in staff beyond courteous!! Delightful coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine free in the lobby. Amazing large outdoor hot tub! Spacious rooms for families with extra sleeping pace. Four washers and dryers available for a small fee. Short drive to Arches National Park and walking distance to downtown Moab and restaurants. Discounts to some of the local restaurants too! Best of all - their rates are reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would absolutely recommend to others!

Clean, friendly, close to. Everything in Moab. Staff is excellent and accommodating. Breakfast is very good A few maintenance problems could have been fixed, like loose toilet seat, and leaking refrigerator. But overall nice stay.try it you will like it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, spacious, and updated. The location was perfect, close to the national parks and within walking distance from multiple great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and is located upstairs on a gorgeous patio that is also available throughout the day and is a great spot to eat take out or just relax and people watch. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will be staying here again next time we are in Moab.

Beautiful, I used points and got a queen suite. Right in the middle of town, but was quiet, all amenities were great. Breakfast was extra special and breakfast guy was so nice. Best in Moab. Would stay here again

This hotel is fantastic! Location is perfect, staff were all great and I could not fault anything! Only ‘complaint' was pool water could have been warmer. There's a fitness center and pool/spa so everything was covered.

The hotel is like new. The breakfast included large selection of fresh and tasty items. This is a well managed safe location to stay. It's downtown and within walking distance so much highly recommend it.

Decided to extend our trip and we were able to get a room last minute. This motel is in a great location on the Main Street in Moab, Utah walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It does sit back a little from the road so you don't hear the trucks that come through during the night. Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast with hot and cold options. Pool and whirlpool looked wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

We rode the San Juan Huts mountain bike ride from Durango to Moab. The hotel let us drop our bike cases in their bike storage room a week before we stayed with them. The bike storage room was excellent. When we finished our trip by riding into Moab, we were able to use the hotel's bike workshop room to disassemble our bikes and put them into their cases. The hotel is located in the middle of the touristy part of Moab. The breakfast was great and is located upstairs on a veranda that overlooks the town and area—it was great. Also, there is a food truck court that is about half a block away that has a variety of great foods, as well as a gelato truck and a shave ice truck. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was capacious and comfortable.

Plus: perfect downtown location, every person who worked here (front desk and breakfast staff) was incredibly friendly and helpful, great laundry room, pool and small but serviceable gym, large rooms, really good free breakfast, nice lobby, cute terrace. Cons: thin walls and no carpets meant that we could hear next-door talking and incredibly loud footsteps from upstairs. If you're not a very heavy sleeper I'd avoid getting a room on the ground floor and/or hope for quiet neighbours. The pool area was smaller than I expected in real life (based on the photos online) and the hot tub was being remodelled too. Overall: not sure we'd return but a solid, friendly and comfy stay in Moab.

From check in to check out, this facility exceeded our expectations. This is the 6th BW hotel we have stayed in since August 21, 2023. On a scale of 1 to 10, this place is clearly an 11. Andy at the front desk and Diego in the breakfast area are an amazing balance of friendliness and professionalism. We will be back!

Very nice hotel on Main Street. Breakfast crew was great and the second floor set up with an outdoor seating was also pretty neat. We did have one toilet problem but staff was quick to respond. I would stay again.front desk shock in was professional and if we got there earlier we would have went to their restaurant

The 5 stars is for the level of hotel. Everyone who works there has great customer service. We really enjoyed the breakfast options and the welcoming staff. The top level also has a patio to enjoy your food or drinks. The room is spacious and clean (w two sinks, microwave and fridge) and walkable to everything in town. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The hotel is in a great location central to everything in Moab. It is located on the main strip so you can walk to most places in Moab when you are not doing outdoor recreational activities. Rooms are clean, and staff is very courteous. The breakfast is pretty good as far as free breakfasts are concerned.

Room was spacious and clean with tile floors. Breakfast views were awesome and breakfast was good. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Felt like a mini-resort! A few minor complaints, doors to rooms were very loud and pool was cold even though it was August and temps were around 100. We still enjoyed the pool but took a while to acclimate.

Decided to stay here on road trip because of the great reviews. Although the hotel was ok I think it is overpriced for what it is. It's centrally located so I guess there in lies the price. Rooms ok. Pool is small. Jacuzzi was out of order for maintenance/refurb?! Parking easy. Breakfast ok. Plenty of choice if you didn't want cooked. Only cooked items sausage and scrambled egg. Egg was quite rubbery. However have to give a thumbs up to the coffee.

We LOVED this hotel! The staff really made a difference. Every person was kind and caring. They sold stamps with postcards, had a nice beverage bar in the lobby and the breakfast man was extra welcoming. This hotel's location was perfect for walking the town and driving into Arches! It was super clean and spacious. 10 out of 10- would recommend.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and always making sure our needs were met. When we arrived for check-in, they upgraded us to a suite for being a rewards member. Location was close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also very close to Arches National Park and not a very long drive to Canyonlands National Park. Free breakfast was good with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and bread for toast along with pancake maker and coffee and juice. Would stay here again when we are in the area.

Had power outage. Couldn't check in until 3 hours after arrival, but had to leave credit card info on paper for them to use, leaving us susceptible to monetary theft. No hot water. Power on at 10, but interrupted during the night. C-Pap users like us had sleep interruptions. Charged full price upon checkout even though we didn't get full benefits of the stay. Don't count on management to take you into consideration when they're the cause of such inconveniences!

My wife and I stayed at this Best Western Plus in October 2022 and we found ourselves back again in June 2023. Based on our first experience, we didn't think twice where to stay. Shout out to Jorge and Diego who ran an AWESOME breakfast that included BACON! If we visit Moab again, we won't think about where else we can stay. This is our home away from home whenever we are in Utah. Pros - Andy very friendly and helpful at front desk, fruit water, 24 hour coffee and tea station, two sinks in room with wide counters (one separate from bathroom), light blocking shade rolls down to keep out all light, large TV, spacious room, very clean hotel and rooms, great breakfast with bacon, very clean pool and hot tub, very comfortable beds and pillows, wall control for decently quiet AC, bathroom vent to control room steam, larger fridge than standard dorm room size Cons - none

We enjoyed our short 2 night stay at this Moab location and loved everything about it. ALL staff acknowledged us and was kind. Pool was great with huge hot tub. ESPRESSO machine was my favorite and the espresso was good! A lot of other people commented that the hot chocolate was good too. If we ever get a chance to be in Moab in the future, we will stay there again.

Stayed here in June 2023. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Moab (we loved Moab) with several restaurants and shops within strolling distance. Rooms easily accessible from the large car parks. Room was huge if a little dark. This hotel has a great pool too with a little jacuzzi too. All in all it's highly recommended. Pricey for a BW, but all central Moab accommodation is pricey.

The Best Western Canyonlands Inn hands down is one of the best hotel experiences we've had in the last few years. After reading reviews, we booked Canyonlands for 5/6 nights for our trip to Moab and so glad we did. The location is excellent - we walked to dinner every night. Parking was plentiful and secure. Our room was quite large and very clean and had all the amenities that many hotels that we've been to in the past few years have missed. However, the best part of Canyonlands was the outstanding staff - from the breakfast crew, housekeeping (which was daily - quite a treat nowadays) to the front desk. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. The breakfast each morning was terrific with a variety of options. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out, in the area. When we return to Moab, Canyonlands Inn is our go to Moab hotel.

Beat Western Canyonlands was such a wonderful surprise. The ambiance of this hotel enhanced our overall trip experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff was so friendly and helpful, even the cleaning lady offeried recommendations of things for our family to do that the kids would love, and they did. The pool was warm, the jacuzzi was great and you can even order food from next door and have it delivered to the pool! The breakfast was great and everyone at the hotel was extemely nice and rooms were really clean and nice not to mention the hotel is in the perfect location to walk around town. This is a must stay if you are in Moab!

Perfect location in the heart of Moab close to all the shops. Ice cream shop across the street, Dewey's and Pasta Jays were right there. Recently renovated and they did amazing. The rooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we wish was available would be to use our own streaming services on the TV. Breakfast was the best we had on our two week road trip. We stayed 3 nights and they switched things up so you weren't getting the same repetitive breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room was wonderful and attentive. The pool area had charm and loved the oversized hot tub. Anytime we pass through Moab in the future this will be our go to hotel.

We were upgraded to a queen suite because my brother in law is at Diamond level. The suites are in the newer section. The lobby was very clean and inviting. LOVED having lemon water daily! ❤️ The rooms were very large with 2 comfortable queen beds, a nice couch, coffee table, and chair with ottoman. The lighting was nice - there was subdued lights behind the headboards. Small refrigerator and microwave. There was a desk seating with good lighting which I used. The pool was extremely clean! It had many seating areas with some covered by trees, umbrellas, and 3-4 seating areas underneath permanent cover. We couldn't believe how cool the water was!!! So refreshing after being out in the heat all day. We used the pool both days! The free breakfast was the best we have ever had. Plenty of options to choose from: real bacon or sausage (rotated daily), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pre-made omelet, fried potatoes, muffins, bread, bagels, English muffins, made to order pancakes, cereals, juices and milk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were bilingual.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early July. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. All the staff we encountered were friendly and always had a smile and a hello. No request was too big for anyone. Jorge and his partner, the breakfast staff were always friendly and even told my husband that the sausages were gluten-free when he asked about them. The breakfasts were amazing including the gluten-free sausages. The room we had was a two-queen suite with beautiful pictures on the walls from Arches National Park. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. There was no shortage of hot water. The whole hotel is very very clean. We we'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Service at breakfast and the breakfast itself were outstanding. I've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns but this one had the friendliest staff at breakfast I've ever seen. Wonderful layout, seating indoor and outdoor. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Close to the parks. Had a great stay there with my sister on our cross-country trip.

This is a top notch hotel. All of the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding and kept clean with a person that can help if needed. There were several restaurants nearby and downtown shopping.

This was an unexpected wonderful overnight stay. The lobby and common areas are remodeled and are fresh, clean and visually pleasing. The lobby is bright and welcoming and has polished marble flooring. The hallways are wide and lit brightly, yet soft. The carpeting in the hallway is a good mixture of colors. The rooms have been updated. Nice tile flooring throughout! It is cleaner than carpeting and seems to make sense with the many hikers that trail dust and dirt in an area like this!! Diego in the breakfast area was kind, professional and welcoming. He was a great start to the day! Jennifer, the manager, was knowledgeable and made us feel at home.

The hotel is in the heart of town. I was able to participate in an event located in downtown. Unfortunately since I needed to book last minute the price for the room was 10Xs higher than if I booked earlier. This is a trend I've noticed. I should have booked at a campground and slept in my car. breakfast was very disappointing.

Great location in downtown Moab. Walking distance to most everything you could want. Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Liked the 2 sink layout of the bathroom. One sink is with the toilet and shower/bathtub and the other is outside the bathroom. Made two of us getting ready quicker in the am. No complaints and I will definitely stay there again when in moab.

Best Western Canyonlands was a very nice property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel. It is very close to shopping and dining. Arches National Park is just a short car or bike ride away.

What a wonderful place to stay. This is the first time we stayed at a Best Western and we don't regret it. The check in was fast, the location perfect, the decor with fresh flowers was a plus, rooms were nice, big and clean, breakfast was delicious and the people that work at the hotel were very friendly and respecfull. The jacuzzi was nice and clean and the laundry room very inexpensive and organized. You would love it.

3 adults and 2 kids stayed in their 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. The accommodations were spacious with more than enough room for 5 people. The kitchenette was well stocked and the fireplace was perfect for the crisp January nights. Very convenient location to Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse. Good breakfast. We also used the jacuzzi and the laundry room both of which were well kept up and clean.

I notice the little things about hotels and this one has all the right things! 2 sinks, multiple mirrors, multiple outlets, comfortable bedding and towels. I also appreciate the recycling bins at the end of the hall!

Checked into hotel and was immediately impressed by the room and facilities and decided to stay one more night. Great value for the money. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good. Location was great as it was central for restaurants and bars.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while travelling around Utah. This was a great choice to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are huge and nicely decorated. The breakfast is amazing and different everyday with the kindest most helpful men running it. They help you any way they can and greet each and every guest. It is in the middle of Moab and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The upstairs outdoor seating area is beautiful as is the pool and hot tub. There is coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and a water refill area in the hotel as well. This hotel literally has everything you could possibly want. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in this area.

We had a great 3-night stay here in Moab. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had at a hotel. In addition, the staff was very friendly all around. The room itself was very large and comfortable. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower, making getting ready in the morning easier for multiple people. The hotel was very clean and felt almost like a brand-new building. There was plenty of parking and was within easy walking distance to many restaurants. We had one issue with our toilet, and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to fix it.

Stayed three nights. Excellent location for Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Excellent location for downtown stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Easy drive to local sites and hikes.

We booked this hotel based on the great reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town where you can walk to most of the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. There are 2 sinks that allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options and the coffee was better than in most coffee shops. The rooftop deck has a beautiful view of the town and mountains and is a nice place to unwind after a long day!

This hotel has it all...great location for exploring Moab's Main Street restaurants and shopping on foot. You are right in the middle of all the action in Moab yet just a short drive from Arches. Excellent breakfast - beyond what you might expect from a breakfast buffet (think fresh fruit, seasoned potatoes, thick bacon). The 2 gentlemen who set up breakfast each morning do a wonderful job and it shows in their presentation. Rooms are spacious ( 2 bathroom sink areas) and were spotless. And even though the hotel is right on Main Street, our room was very quiet inside. The balcony area offers a lovely outdoor space to sit and watch all the activity of Main Street. In addition, there is a small coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar in the lobby available at all hours. The employees were all friendly and helpful in suggestions of restaurant options, shopping, store locations. This is the ideal place to stay and relax after a day at Arches National Park. Get to Arches early then come back and enjoy this hotel and Moab. This Best Western Canyonlands was truly one highlight of our road trip.

Excellent property, wonderful staff, beautiful room, great location with walking distance to fabulous restaurants and fun shopping experiences. Also, breakfast was wonderful here with a choice of eating on a fun outside balcony or inside in a very comfortable room for eating space and visiting if so desired.

My wife and I did a 12 day road trips staying in different locations every day. This oasis in Moab was hands down one of the top two places we stayed. Right from the start with great front desk service, you could immediately tell this clean, updated and environmentally friendly hotel was going to be a good stay. The rooms were large with rollable light blocking shades (that keep out ALL light) instead of big ugly heavy light blocking curtains. The bathrooms featured towels that were folded into art, a large shower, an actual vent with a fan (so the moisture from the shower could be vented out instead of rolling into the room), and large counters with plenty of space for toiletries of two people. The beds were adequately comfortable but not the best I've slept in, but I nonetheless slept well. The beds also had two individual reading lamps for each bed above the wallboards. Breakfast was very good, well run, and the items were kept resupplied and everything was clean. We also used their customer laundry room which had 4 washers and 4 dryers and they were very cheap to use ($1.50 for the washers and 25 cents for each 10 minutes using the dryers). The laundry also had machines that dispensed packages of detergent and fabric softener. Everything ran on quarters, but there was also a change machine in there too. In the middle of a long trip, this really came in handly allowing us to pack less clothing because we could clean our dirty clothes in the middle of the trip. This hotel was fantastic! VERY highly recommended!

What a pleasant surprise! Great location, super-clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and an awesome location with many restaurants just steps away. Breakfast is wonderful, and they have a great sitting deck that is huge and heated. Incredible place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located in downtown Moab, close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly, especially the breakfast team. They kept the breakfast area stocked with a variety of fresh food, and chatted with the guests. There is a fire pit on the top deck for guests to enjoy.

This well located in the center of Moab. The breakfast was quite good considering most breakfasts that are included in the price of the hotel are pretty bad. This had sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, etc. In my opinion it is overpriced - my room was $300 +for one night. They do have a fitness center, free coffee and a small pool and spa.

Special appreciation to LITZI at the front desk. She went out of her way to fix a minor problem that made our stay much easier. This front desk staff cares about their customers experiences! Large property with a cool breakfast space that has outdoor deck areas overlooking town. All the hot and good breakfast stuff included. A pancake machine instead of waffle maker here. Extra clean rooms with space, comfy beds with fluffy linen, nice individual little reading lights in the headboard, Micro, and mini freg. Nice private pool area with large kidney shaped hot tub. Excellent location for walking to shops, good food close, and a fun town vibe here. Good parking included and I noticed electric charging stations.

Just spent 5 nights here and we were very happy with the hotel. It was very convenient to Arches of course and walking to restaurants was easy. The outside breakfast area was also a plus. The parking lot was large and had charging stations. It was also nice that it had laundry facilities since we were on a long road trip. The TV did not have netflix but that was OK.

My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting the nearby national parks. It was a great place to stay. The hotel is on the main street through Moab but the room was very quiet at night and the central location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking is plentiful as are the breakfasts, with many hot and cold offerings. We did laundry in the hotel's basement laundry room which was inexpensive and easy. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The pool and hot tubs were nice temperatures with a pleasant ambiance. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our three night stay at Best Western Canyon Inn. The hotel is is a great spot in downtown Moab, allowing easy walking to shops and restaurants. Our king suite was very spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff worked hard to service the room each day. Excellent breakfast; thank you Jorge and Diego for friendly, attentive service each morning. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which was great after a long day of hiking. Minor caveat: towels in the room and pool area really need an upgrade. Otherwise, a great stay!

This hotel is centrally located right in the center of Moab. An abundance of restaurants and shops are just a very short walk from the hotel. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The front desk staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast attendants were both just great! They went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

This hotel is located in the middle of Moab so you can easily walk out to restaurants and shops. Friendly and efficient check-in. Rooms are spotless, appear newly furnished and carpeted and are equipped with everything you would need. Excellent bathroom facilities. Washbasins inside and outside the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but surprised to see plastic knives and forks and paper plates in this standard of hotel. Hoping that this is recycled.

We have stayed here a number of times and will definitely be returning. The staff is very nice and always willing to help out and answer questions. The breakfast staff is so nice and welcoming! Jose always asks how we are doing and makes our kids feel at home. We love this hotel and highly recommend it for your trip to Moab!

We really enjoyed our time here, and it's in a super perfect location in Moab, right in the middle of a great walkable stretch of stores. Front staff could be a little nicer and more friendly, that's my only very small thing. Everyone else was super friendly.

My overall experience was fantastic from the moment I got to front desk. Their laundry room was clean and machines worked very well. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Very friendly staff throughout hotel ! Location is perfect for walking in town .

I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zion. From the warm welcome while checking in, the clean hotel, and the wonderful outdoor seating area. Restraunt's are within walking distance. The breakfast was well maintained with staff to help. I would not stay anywhere else if visiting again.

We booked one of the two room suites to splurge a little bit for our 4 days in Moab. One bedroom had a king sized bed and a full bath and a TV in room. Second bedroom had 2 queen beds, a TV and full bathroom. The two rooms were separated by a pantry and living room area which also had its own TV and a fireplace. If you have little children this may not be within your comfort level as you do not have a direct line of communication to the second bedroom. For two teenagers it was perfect for us. The second bedroom had access to a rear staircase for emergency purposes. The suite had plenty of room. The living room and second bedroom had access to an outdoor sitting area / balcony overlooking the strip. The suites are located above a popular restaurant (Gloria's). This sometimes led to noise from the restaurant or music at odd times. Additionally there is definitely noise from the strip at all times. There is no elevator to access the suites - you must use an exterior metal grate staircase - which when toting large suitcases is a pain in the rear. The parking is a little bit of a mess as you share it with the restaurant so the spaces you may want to use may be taken up. The furniture in the suite was a little beaten up, but functional. Paper towels were provided in the pantry area which had a nice drawer style refrigerator. The breakfast buffet which is located in the main building is excellent. The pool area was also very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions and restaurants. It was nice to hide out in the heat of the day in between hikes at Arches in the early morning and evening. Overall it was a good place to stay during our visit to Moab. I would recommend it.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, we couldn't ask for nicer accommodations! All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had plenty of breakfast items to choose from each morning and a nice patio to enjoy them!

We had a king suite & the room was huge. The front desk staff as well as our housekeeper were great. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, so could have been a little better. But, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shops down the road, ice cream across the street.

We stayed in the Main Street Suite (2 bedrooms/2 baths with balcony overlooking Main Street and mini kitchenette. Perfect for two couples for our 3 day/2 night stay exploring Moab and surrounding parks. The suite was clean, the breakfast very good, Jorge and Diego who worked breakfast, were especially helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the pretty pool after a hot day of hiking and appreciated the locked storage area for our luggage on day of check-out so we could go kayaking after we left the suite and come back to our locked luggage. The hotel is nicely updated and has a great location right in the middle of all the restaurants and outfitters so we walked to everything! Will definitely stay again when coming to Moab. All of the staff was very friendly as well.

My mom and I stayed here during our cross-country road trip. We went to Arches for a couple hours and came back to a very clean, spacious room! Everything was perfect and the location was great. 100% would stay here again!

The night staff went above and beyond to get us access to Arches National Park the next day when we arrived not knowing we needed advanced reservations to be allowed in. They helped us get to the right web site and navigate through it to get us a time to get in the park at 9 AM the next day. Hotel was very well maintained.

Outstanding, just one night. Web site said pet friendly but front desk said they were not but she took care of us. Good location for dinner, several within easy walk. Complimentary breakfast is better than average. Would stay there again. Fabulous staff and very clean

Everything about this hotel was excellent . The location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a great outdoor eating area. We also appreciated the guest laundry facilities. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Shout outs to Michael at the Front desk and Jorge in the breakfast room - both were spectacular!

Don't bother with the other "plus" location just down the road on the other side - it should not be a plus, but this place is much more than just a plus. It should be a premium! We canceled our reservation at that other "plus" location because it was old, dirty and appeared unsafe. Just down the road was this place and wow! We are glad we did. A great pool, an awesome breakfast. A great comfy and clean room in a perfect location if you want to walk around town I came in and explained the situation to the awesome girl at the front desk. She understood, and got me into a room at a decent rate on a moments notice. We'll never go anywhere else now. Stay here - you won't regret it. Good shower. Comfy and soft bed. Safe location and just well - a super PLUS.

We stayed three nights here because it was close to several parks we wanted to visit. Very clean, nice friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast . Close enough to walk around shops in town and walking distance of some really good restaurants

We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn thanks to a great team running and taking care of the place. The Best Western is well situated in the center of Downtown Moab so that restaurants and shops can be reached by foot.

Great breakfast (automatic pancake machine, hot chocolate machine and the other normal hot breakfast items)… very hospitable staff at breakfast! Lots of seating area indoor and outdoor, gorgeous! Great pool area. Good beds. The room felt a bit dated with finishes/carpet, but our 11-year-old children were thrilled. Very easy to walk to multiple restaurants including Pasta Jay's in the same parking lot. (The kids meal portions are very small). The Moab Information Center is directly across the street to pick up tickets for fiery furnace self-guided tour and watch the informational video. In my opinion it's best to do it 1 to 4 PM the day prior so you can start early in the morning. Crystal's Cake & Cones directly across the street… pricey ice cream and milkshakes, but a great memory, brought ice cream bag and ate on the outdoor Terrace at the hotel, overlooking the city of Moab. Souvenir stores within an easy walk. Fast drive to the national park…. If you choose to hike to delicate arch and need a breakfast before 6 AM start time, you can ask for a complimentary to go bag, with a granola bar, apple, yogurt, and a bottle of water.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. We first stayed here in 2021 for 5 days. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, room is clean and big, breakfast choices are good and there's a patio to eat your breakfast. Hotel is in the main street, walkable to all restaurants and shops. We missed Tricia on our stay this time. She recommended the Xtreme 4x4 Hell's Revenge last time, and we had a blast. We stayed 2 days this time for a long road trip to San Antonio for our son's Air Force BMT graduation on 7-6&7. This time Morgan helped us by finding out from other tour company if our car is suit enough to do the Shafer Trail. Thanks Morgan. You're awesome. Although I had hesitation at first to do the Shafer Trail, my husband insisted on doing it. Scary, but, I survived. and had a blast.

Great hotel with nice pool and awesome downtown location. Close to Arches National Park and surrounding trails. Jumping off point for Canyonlands as well. Clean, working internet and guest laundry and fitness center were all nice as well.

We were very disappointed with our choice to stay here. The room is big and was clean enough (with the exception of the carpet), and the staff was very, very friendly. But for $300 a night this place was a huge miss for us. For that price, I expect more. The rooms were very dark and dated. Some of the furniture matched, while the rest was all random, very cheap motel furniture that didn't even coordinate. There was a cheap Walmart looking curtain covering the closet. The bathroom was comically small and looked like a 1990's roadside hotel bathroom. The hallways have had a recent update, but there was paint all over that carpet from sloppy painters. We felt like we were staying in a very low budget motel for $300 a night when there were several new hotels down the street for the same price or less. It was a holiday week, but this was the third hotel I've stayed at in less than a week, and I'll be at two more after this one, all in resort or tourist destinations. This room was more than any of the other hotels I booked for this holiday week. The other hotels were wonderful, as is the one I am currently en route too (having previously stayed there). So this was such a let-down. Breakfast was above average, though, and if you're interested in being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, the location is good. The breakfast area was also lovely. If the rate had been half the price that it was, it would have met my expectations for what I paid. But at the price they charge, no way. Terrible value and much, much better options down the street.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk everywhere. The staff was very accommodating at all times and not just the front desk. The breakfast attendants were always smiling and helpful. There is lemon water in the lobby which is q nice touch. Rooms were always clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hallways could use a little updating. We would definitely return with our family. We were there for 8 nights.

The location is in the center of Moab walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Short drive to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Dead horse SP. Stayed two nights. Rooms are spacious and clean and pool area is nice. Breakfast was good. My complaint is that when we arrived after a very long drive we were told by the staff at the front desk that they were oversold and they didn't have a room for us even though we had a confirmed reservation from Expedia. . One of the staff was very rude and belittled us for booking through Expedia. I have actually seen this at other Best Westerns where the staff has an attitude if you didn't book directly with them and tend to not want to help you. Eventually the manager came and found us a room and our stay was saved.

This is by far the best location to stay in Moab. You can walk to all restaurants, the grocery store, and the best shops. It is also 10/10 service. The room was so clean and the breakfast was top notch. Rooftop patio to eat breakfast or have a drink (byob) at night. Great view.

We rented one of their suites. Very nice, rooms were very clean. The hotel is located in the downtown area and it's a short walk to everything. They have a fabulous breakfast layout including eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. Nice heated swimming pool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn near the end of a two-week trip through Colorado, Arizona and Utah. Staff upgraded our accommodations and provided a great stay. We were close to multiple canyon and river activities, shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, our room was large and clean, and staff were very friendly.

We are currently staying at this hotel and like everything about it especially the staff who without exception have been friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor is quiet & comfortable with everything we would need including a safe which is so helpful as we re not carrying around passports , driving licences , cash etc . As someone has previously mentioned the luggage carts can't go to all rooms because of some steps mid corridor but we were very impressed that when seeing the problem for us a couple of members of staff offered to carry our cases to the room . The room staff deserve a special mention as they have been really excellent but both the staff in the breakfast room and also reception staff too have been really good . This has definitely been the best hotel on our trip from Zion to Moab . We recommend it to any travelers. .

Our room was clean and spacious. The AC works great in our room. So many times you visit and aren't able to temperature in your room to your liking. We enjoyed our breakfast upstairs overlooking the mountain. I would recommend this location.

Great hotel to stay at if you want to be close to restaurants and shopping and just a short driving distance from Arches and Canyonlands. We were on 2nd floor which is no problem unless you have lots of luggage. ( which we did since we were staying here 4 days and were on a two week driving trip). We put all our items on a cart that they provided only to realize that there is only one smaller elevator and then when we got to the 2nd floor there was a small set of stairs to get to our room so we had to unload and carry it the rest of the way. Rest of time till it was time to leave we used the stairs. The rooms here are very comfortable and in room 208 we had no noise. We loved their breakfast and the staff there( Diego and Jorge) were awesome! The rooms were roomy, had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, nice size tv, a safe, reading lights above the beds, and 2 sinks. The internet was ok. Little pricey but pretty much what we expected for the area.

Efficient check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with fresh food and eggs that were made on-site. Friendly helpful staff with recommendations for good places to eat and things to do. Would stay again.

Super clean, updated quiet room, great breakfast and in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere—it was incredibly walkable. For vegan options, highly recommend Moab Garage and Gloria's (right across the lot). Gloria's has fresh juices too. Fantastic stay, we would definitely come back.

Beautiful location with nice views of the canyons. Located in the heart of the town close to shopping. Good breakfast with an exceptional hard-working staff. The next time we come to town we will probably stay there again.

The location in town is great--we loved walking to restaurants and shops after busy days hiking in the parks. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to Arches and Canyonlands from here, and though it is in the middle of a busy area of Moab, we found it quiet. The breakfast room was well run, and the staff was great. We drove by the hotel on the way in, as it doesn't completely look like the photo from the street. It was on the pricey side--the most expensive spot we stayed for our 10 day Utah trip, but it was Jeep Week, so everywhere was expensive. Pasta Jay's next door is very good, and Spoke's ice cream nearby is also yummy!

Cleanest hotel pool I've seen. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Great location in town. Near a food truck park and some great ice cream. Nice ice machines to restock our cooler for day outings.

Overall it was OK. Coffee was about the worst I had. Either they never get rid of old grounds or clean machine. For the price I would have expected a better breakfast. Good location within walking distance of many restaurants. If in area would probably go back

This hotel was almost 500 a night late April. Parking limited since it's right in town, noisy. The room is OK the carpet is maybe being replaced as it was torn up in the hallways and rooms, pillows were not even pillows they were half size and you could feel the stuffing lumps. Air conditioner loud and microwave didn't work well. Fairly clean and no issues at check in. If you want to be right in town and like the mob scene it's fine but not worth the price at all!

It is right in the middle of Moab ( center and main). After driving through and to parks and sights all day, it was nice to come back and not have to get in car again and look for parking for dinner. Can walk to a variety of restaurants, souvenier shops, and the visitor center is across the street. There is a pool and large jacuzzi area. Interesting feature is that the breakfast is served on the top floor and can eat outdoors on the roof top in nice weather. For hotel free breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. No problem with room. Clean/updated.

Well situated Best Western is about what you'd expect. By no means a resort or luxury spot, but comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was better than some of the other Best Westerns we stayed in. Nice, but small, pool and hot tub. Linens were of low quality, internet was wonky and didn't work all that well, but staff was friendly and all in all, we enjoyed our stay. Is it a Four Seasons...no! But is it a decent, comfortable hotel in Moab...yes!

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location is ideal. We didn't have a car and were able to walk to everything we needed.

We enjoyed a nice three night stay at the BW Canyonlands Inn. The room was large and well equipped. The hot breakfast options were good. The Inn's conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The entrance to Arches National Park is only a few miles away.

Great hotel with excellent staff and updated features. Clean rooms, nice lobby, great breakfast buffet (Jorge, breakfast mgr does an exceptional job!!), very nice rooftop patio with firepit and seating under thermo heaters. Staff was very professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. Hotel is located in center of town so great access to all of Moab's downtown areas and activities. Great stay!!

This hotel is fantastic. We had a large room with a King sized bed. The room was very spacious, had a place for all our luggage, the bathroom was also generous in size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and there were many good choices. The breakfast area was spacious and one could even eat outdoors on the roof-top. The hotel is well situated in downtown Moab. I would highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you could need or want!

The BW+ Canyonlands Inn exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. Great location and a perfect base for exploring Arches/Canyonlands. The included breakfast was quite good with a variety of options. The staff working breakfast were nice and helpful. Actually we found all of the Inn's staff we interacted with to be friendly and helpful esp front desk! Our room was clean and quiet. We would recommend this hotel and stay again if we got back to Moab.

We have stayed at several hotels over the course of our road trip and the staff at this hotel was so helpful. We had a late night arrival and found ourselves in need of several things and Mike at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you!

Liked how clean & hygienic the rooms, corridors, breakfast area, gym & pool areas look & felt. Love the mattresses-gave us a good night's rest, after a day of cycling. On the website, found it strange that a 1 bed bedroom costs more than a 2-bed bedroom, so, we opted for the 2-beds & used only one. Lots of towels! Nice that there's a coffee percolator & a microwave but didn't need to use either as there's coffee/tea in the lobby area that's accessible 24hrs. Also, a choice of restaurants surround the hotel. Seriously, do people really need them? Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The only disappointment was our inability to get seats at ‘Desert Bistro', across the road from Best Western Canyonlands….I know, it's not associated with your hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable & memorable.

My family of 3 was so comfortable and happy at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a hit, and the breakfast that is included was great. There were so many breakfast options both hot and cold and the staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. This hotel is walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and shops, and a short drive to Canyonlands and Arches. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

Wonderful location to shop around town or have dinner. The patio, which is off the second floor breakfast room, has an electric fire pit which was lovely to sit out in the evening. People were enjoying the pool and hot tube. We did not bring suits though, wish we had.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The location right in downtown Moab was great with easy access to Canyonlands and Arches. The room was well appointed and prepared to a standard of much higher-end hotels (toilet paper end shaped into a rose, etc.). The staff was extremely accommodating.

Recently stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Moab with my husband and adult daughter. We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean, quiet and close to everything in town. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They provided us with extra towels and toiletries as needed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was a great. Plenty of offerings and the staff that manned the breakfast were super friendly, attentive and made sure you had everything you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Moab area.

Moab is a beautiful town, surrounded by mountains, parks nearby and a quaint feel to this special place. The Inn was very attractive, clean and well appointed. The staff was always willing to greet us, answer any questions and chat about the town and hotel. The breakfast area was spacious with a view and indoor/outdoor seating. The food was good and the staff extremely cordial and kind.

Although the 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, the pool and breakfast were great, location is perfect, unfortunately the suites are located on top of a restaurant that starts slamming doors and playing loud music at 6am. I wouldn't recommend the suites for this reason.

I stay at Best Westerns very regularly, and this one was the best I've been at in a long time! The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet offered lots of hot and delicious choices. I would definitely stay here again...and again!

Hotel in process of being remodeled and is a mess. Website says remodel is completed and it seems to have just started. Our room was nice, breakfast was good, but wait until remodel is completed before staying here. Lots of problems with the room keys not working, which is a problem when it's in the 20s and you're trying to unload your car and can't enter from the parking lot. I'm usually a big fan of Best Western but was very disappointed overall.

With all the talk of unhappy employees and poor service, I am happy to say this hotel was exemplary in every way! Knowing they were short staffed, I was impressed by how friendly and attentive everyone was. Kudos to everyone who demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality!

What a lovely hotel in an even lovelier area! We enjoyed the area, and when a snowstorm kept us from sightseeing, we hunkered down for a down day in comfort. Breakfast is far beyond standard, and the room we had included a kitchen stocked with kitchen necessities making our brief lockdown even more comfortable.

Clean, beautifully decorated, with kitchenette and living area allowed our family plenty of room to relax in between trips to the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and the awesome town of Moab. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were seeking a King bed/NP/NS for two nights (11/29 and 11/30) as walk-in guests in Moab to visit/hike Arches National Park after driving in from Albuquerque. NM. The front desk agent was very efficient checking us into a King Suite and we were very pleased to find a cavernous room w/ bed, sofa, chair, large desk, microwave, fridge, flat screen, all clean and comfortable. Appreciated the sink & vanity in both the bathroom and the dressing area allowing my husband and I get ready for the morning at the same time. Breakfast both mornings was hot and plentiful - the attendant was pleasant and attentive. We also appreciated the coffee/tea/cocoa/cider station in the lobby and the front desk agents were efficient, provided excellent restaurant suggestions we could walk to and even patiently helped me sign on to their WIFI. ***Request a room toward back of property to minimize road noise from HWY 191 and let front desk agent or reservation agent if you have mobility issues as although there is an elevator, we encountered several steps in the hallways on the second floor.***

The location is great! Walking distance to many places to eat. 5 minutes away from Arches. Also the continental breakfast was really good. My favorite thing was the hot tub area. We love spending time in the hot tub, especially after a long day of hiking, and this one is huge!! It's nice to have space for more than 2 couples without feeling crowded and awkward.

Front desk people were very nice and helpful in making suggestions of where to eat . The price was reasonable . Great location in town , with a variety of restaurants and stores . The rooms are spacious and very comfortable . Would recommend for anyone to stay .

We booked this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean. We had housekeeping daily, a fridge and microwave in the room and everything else we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is located on Main street which had most local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a rental car so Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park and Arches were a short drive. We also loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the parks. This was everything we needed! Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I'll be honest...I really wanted to stay at the Hilton Hoodoo but decided it was crazy to spend $500+ a night on a room when we'd only be there to sleep basically. We were in Moab for a long weekend mom & me adventure to Arches Nat'l Park. After reading so many great reviews I decided to book the Best Western. No regrets! The location is perfect. It's on the main drag where all the restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We stayed 3 nights here for the cost of what 1 night at the Hilton Hoodoo would've been. Instead we walked over to the Hoodoo for drinks from their bar one night and sat outside by the pool. Back to the Best Western - our room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. Coffee and tea provided in the room. Housekeeping came every morning, which is a first for me since Covid and I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the last year and a half. It was so nice to have housekeeping back!! The pool and hot tub here are really nice actually. The hot tub is big! Lots of pool towels always available. Breakfast was impressive, quite the spread for a complimentary breakfast. Heat lamps outside will be turned on at request if you want to eat breakfast outside. There's also a gas firepit outside on their rooftop patio. Overall we had a terrific stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

Like many reviewers before me, I have rarely, if ever, stayed at a Best Western, believing they are all 2* or less ~ well not this one! The room was HUGE; clean; and updated. The service was outstanding and the location is perfect!

The hotel is perfectly situated on the corner of Main and Center. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. The hotel was clean, the pool/jacuzzi were warm (in November), and the staff were very courteous. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. We will stay here again the next time we are in Moab.

We loved everything about this hotel. Tiana at the front desk was very helpful after we realized Hotels.com had messed up our 3-night stay by splitting it into 2 separate reservations. She figured it all out for us. The location is perfect -- walked to dinner every night, and did some shopping nearby. The room itself was very nice -- had 2 separate vanities and sinks, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight. Not only was the food real food (not cellophane-wrapped junk) that was always hot and tasted fresh, but the men who kept the room clean and well-stocked were amazingly friendly and a pleasure to see so early in the morning. They deserve special praise! If all Best Western plus places are this nice, I can't wait to stay in another one!

I try to stay at Best Western hotels whenever available, and am rarely disappointed. Canyonlands Inn is one of the better properties that I've stay at. Very centrally located, the front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable with food recommendations.

Once we figured out our 2 BR room was above the adjacent restaurant (not in the main hotel), we settled in. Nice decor and amenities after a long day hiking (pool, hot tub) and only a few minutes from Arches NP. Only real complaint was the lack of parking which is apparently common in downtown Moab. Decent little workout room too.

This hotel was a wee but pricey. But all in Moab are. The hotel was very clean. It also was very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy walking to several restaurants and shops.

This hotel is priced well, maybe better than it should be. It's clean and well-kept. Our room was comfortable. The complimentary bike storage was really helpful. The staff is attentive, the hot tub is relaxing, the breakfast includes good options. We enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel. Clean, fun decor, mini fridge. Loved the pool, hot tub and hot breakfast buffet. Used the bike storage one of the days which was great. Loved to be able to walk to any place we wanted to eat at for dinner. Our room was quite and lots of space. Nice and courteous staff!

We traveled to Moab to visit Canyonland and Arches National Parks and to eat at a particular restaurant. We picked this particular hotel because of its walking proximity to the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised to find out what a well maintained and pleasant facility it turned out to be. Would not stay anywhere else if in Moab again.

I chose this hotel because of the location, breakfast and reviews. Location - it was great to be located in downtown Moab near lots of restaurants - all walking distance. After so much driving during the day, it was a great benefit. Breakfast - The breakfast offered lots of choices and the breakfast room staff were helpful and welcoming. It was nice that the breakfast started at 6 am, so we got an early start on our day. Other - The room was great. We liked having the separate sink outside of the bathroom to make getting ready easier. The pool area was nice. I liked that they offered trash and recycling near the entrance to the hotel. The refrigerator is a must have - kept a jug of water ready to refill our water bottles.

We chose this best western as it is in the middle of the town so it was easy to walk to restaurants shops etc. our room was quite large with 2 kings and a small couch, I would recommend a room facing away from the Main Street like ours was, as it was very quite (the street noise is loud with all the trucks). They are doing daily housekeeping services which was great, full free breakfast (not a bag as I think it still says when you check in). The breakfast was varied, including hot eggs etc, and pancakes. The room however is small and there is NO social distancing of the tables, so if that concerns you you will have to bring your breakfast back to your room (the patio was not open when we were there). There is a fairly nice pool we didn't use.they do have locked mountain bike storage if you need that.

We recently had a great 2 night stay. The room was updated and very comfortable! The location for visiting Moab was perfect. Walking around on the main shopping street was easy with lots of restaurant choices nearby as well. The front desk staff were also very helpful with a billing question and replacing our room keys when we misplaced them. We also made use of the guest laundry facilities during our stay, which was really helpful on a long road trip! The free breakfast was nice as well! I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were large, clean, lots of parking, on the main road, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff polite. The breakfast had numerous choices and the breakfast were always ready to help. Jorge had a smile for everyone, everyday . There was fresh fruit daily, oatmeal, yogurt + the usual hot buffet bar. Plenty of seating for social distancing. Pool and spa were clean and surrounding area tended to.

This hotel is a Best Western crown jewel. The staff were helpful, professional and courteous. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. The food fresh and options many. From hot breakfast foods to cold choices as well. We had a truly wonderful experience and will definitely be staying at this location again in the future.

We had trouble getting a clogged toilet repaired. Apparently, there was no plunger available on site. We offered to go out and purchase out own plunger! We did eventually have the problem resolved. On a brighter note, the breakfast attendant was spectacular. They have clearly marked gluten free options, in case that is a concern. We could easily hear conversations in the next room, so be wary if you're looking for a quiet room.

Nice room with extra sink outside bathroom. Lots of lighting, lots of outlets. Maid did a great job, left lots of towels so we didn't have to beg for extras. Internet was okay, on the slow side. Breakfast was fair, nothing to brag about. Coffee was terrible. Hotel is 10 min from Arches Park. Hotel is in a block surrounded by restaurants - no need to drive. And, for those of us in the "in crowd:" Tesla chargers on site! I am only giving 4 stars on cleanliness because the room carpeting wasn't great. But all the linens were sparkly clean.

Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good, can go out on roof deck and enjoy the sunrise. It rained at night, otherwise would have sat out on the roof deck and watch the stars. Great central locations with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

The hotel had room service. Everyday! Now, that may seem normal but in these covid times it is not. I really appreciated this service. The room we stayed in was well equipped with excellent furnishings. It was the best hotel Ive stayed at this year without a doubt.

Stayed here during our trip to arches and did not regret it! Stayed two nights. Gosh lots of great things to say about our stay. The room was big, great beds and pillows, and nice shower. Our roomed was cleaned while we were out and about which was a surprise but greatly appreciated! The hot breakfast was delicious. They offered potatoes, eggs, omelets and bacon for the hot dishes which were great fuel before our day of hiking. Also the breakfast opened at 6 which was great for getting started early to go explore. They also offered outside seating during breakfast so you could watch the sunrise - fantastic! The hotel was walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants and ice cream which made for a great second half of the day of hiking and enjoying Moab. Only thing that would have made our stay perfect is if it had a larger freezer as part of the mini fridge so we could have kept our ice packs frozen on our road trip. Highly recommend! You gotta stay here if you're coming to Moab!

We stayed three nights and this was probably our favorite place during two weeks of travel. The service, comfort, and cleanliness were outstanding, and our room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a King suite which included a desk and sofa. The bed was very comfortable. A very nice breakfast was provided with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. We loved having breakfast on the outdoor patio area, and want to compliment Diego in the breakfast area for friendly and attentive service. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool area looked wonderful and my only regret is that we were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to use it. We will definitely stay here again if we are able to return to Moab.

Outstanding customer service / excellent staff. Check in with Gloria and Nathan was a pleasure, both where exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. All staff we encountered where awesome. The room was perfect / clean / secure. The location in Moab is top notch. Highly recommend this Best Western Plus location.

Stayed 3 nights with the family in one of the larger rooms in the annex building. Check in was fast & easy, staff was friendly & helpful. Moab had just had a flash flood so there were some cleaning crews working around the area, but staff handled everything & made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the location as it was our 1st experience in Moab, central to shops, restaurants & activities. Would definitely recommend for solid value & convenience.

We have returned to this Best Western for several visits because it is clean, comfortable, and convenient to Arches National Park. Breakfasts are exceptional for hotel fare.Also, when traveling with our grandchildren, they look forward to cooling off in the pool after hiking in the desert heat. We are more than willing to pay extra to stay at this hotel to enjoy this amenity. It is one of the ways we create lovely memories with our kids. Sadly, we learned at check in that the pool was under maintenance and not available for one of the two days we stayed there. It would have been helpful to have been notified of this prior to check in so we could have adjusted our plans accordingly.

Stayed in the Main Street apartment and it was awesome! 2 separate bedrooms & bath with a living, kitchen & dining place. Best was the outdoor patio overlooking Main St. Was very comfortable and super convenient to everything in Moab & close to Arches NP. The breakfast area was open early (great for us on East Coast time) and had a great outdoor scenic area. We got to watch the sun come up. The food was good & everything was super clean. Jorge made sure anything & everything you needed was there! WONDERFUL experience!

The hotel is minutes from Arches and less than an hour from Canyonlands National Park. The location is in a popular part of the city of Moab with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel property was in excellent condition inside and out. The room I stayed in was large, clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful with planning activities. The included breakfast was at pre-COVID standards - hot and plentiful with a great view from the outdoor patio. The breakfast room was clean and monitored by a friendly and helpful staff. Pool and Spa are well maintained and the WIFI worked well. A great two night visit to Moab.

Being located right downtown, you can walk to restaurants and shops in Moab. The hotel was very clean inside and out. They offer a nice breakfast with the most clean breakfast area and a great area to eat outside. It was friendly and a perfect spot to be for our time in Moab visiting the National Parks.

This is an excellent hotel, clean and well maintained. It's located perfectly in downtown Moab, within walking distance to multiple nice restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful. But the best part was the breakfast. It might be the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. And they have an outdoor eating area where you can have your breakfast while seeing the sun on the red rocks around Moab. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the parks

Clean, quiet rooms. Great location convenient to everywhere in Moab. 2nd floor rooming is somewhat staggered and not completely wheelchair accessible off the elevator. Two luggage carts are required if you are on the 2nd as the elevator stops on one part of the 2nd floor and some rooms are a few steps down on the same floor. Hallways are also not air conditioned which is more of a nuisance than anything after travelling all day. Exterior of the property was very well maintained and very modern. The highlight though is the 2nd floor breakfast bar with outside seating. It was really neat to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and on point. Breakfast attendants were bilingual and very friendly. Biggest downside was the amount of '420' activity on the 2nd floor. Zero air circulation ensured the smell permeated everything.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 4 days in July. This hotel is located on the main strip. Park your car and walk on all the shops. We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Nice, clean and big room. Front desk staffs are amazing, very friendly and helpfull. Shout out to Tricia for recommending Dave at Xtreme 4x4 Hells Revenge. Breakfast staff are amazing too, and good selections of hot breakfast. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is located on the main strip through Moab. You can easily walk to many restaurants, shops and ice cream places. The pool area was very nice with a huge hot tub. There is a lovely outdoor veranda on which to eat breakfast or bring your own snacks/drinks to enjoy in the evening.

This was a moderate hotel with nice amenities. We especially appreciated the nice pool and huge hot tub after a day of hiking. The pool did close for the evening because of storms, but they called us when it reopened. The location is great- within walking distance of a few nice restaurants and ice cream and shops. The parking was pretty easy. Overall, we'd choose this hotel again if staying in Moab. We did not get maid service while there, but that may have been a COVID situation. We just asked for clean towels.

This is one of the BEST Best Westerns we've ever visited! Right in the heart of town, great roof top breakfasts to start off our active days, and a brilliant team (Rosa and Jessica, in particular!) with a manager that rolls up her sleeves and pitches in when it gets busy. Neat and clean, with quiet and comfy rooms, the Canyonlands Inn is the perfect home base for your Moab adventures.

We stayed two nights here. Rooms are very clean. Pool is a great place to relax after a long day's worth of hiking. Located in the center of Moab with many restaurants readily accessible. Not as close to the national parks as some other hotels, but not too far away either --- I feel it was a good tradeoff between distance from the park entrances and proximity to restaurants/shops. Hot breakfast was great with beautiful outdoor second floor deck seating. We also made use of the laundry machines which was pretty straightforward ($1.50 for wash and $0.25 for 10 minutes of dryer)

This is a great place to park a car and go eat or to the shops. Even though the main street side might be noisy, we were on the back side which is quiet. I looked at reviews for this hotel and decided it offered the convenience we wanted.

We definitely would recommend this hotel it is close to everything, the service was great, the hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious and had a great view from the balcony while eating. We would absolutely stay here again.

My sister & I picked this hotel both for its central location in Moab and for its looks and reviews - and the hotel did not disappoint. The location was fabulous - in the middle of Moab restaurants and shops. The hotel room felt new and comfortable, with great bedding. Loved the double sink counter (not just a double sink, but a sink in the room with the bathtub & toilet and a sink & mirror outside the bathroom also.) The breakfast was the most we saw at any hotel during our travels, with a good selection. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Moab!

We were traveling with our 3 young grandsons. When we checked in I was the first to use the restroom, thank goodness, because there was blood and #2 in the toilet. It was disgusting. I asked my husband to call and let them know, which he did, with no apology, just “okay.” When we checked out I again mentioned it to the woman at the front desk Jennifer, who responded by telling me it wasn't true because the manager checked our room before we arrived. I told her I wasn't lying. She had a smirk on her face and a huge grin and was very sarcastic. The day before we asked a housekeeper for more towels and she ran up and interjected with Why? What was our name? What room were we in? When we're we checking out? The poor housekeeper was embarrassed and gave us the towels. Again Jennifer walked away with a stupid smirk on her face. So sad because the hotel is nice, the breakfast staff went above and beyond to welcome us and help us, as did the housekeepers. But Jennifer was HORRIBLE!!!!

Great place. Loved all the hardworking, helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was very good. The servers were extremely efficient. Only downfall is the hotel's unsecure network. Could not complete work for my company because if it. That is why I gave it a 4/5.

With so many guests staying in this hotel post COVID-19, it is tough to imagine the difficulties this staff faced daily: inside and outside clean-up, inside and outside maintenance, administrative front desk and management requirements, all so essential to preserve business success so soon after the pandemic. What tremendous accomplishments!

Great location pool and hot tub. I loved everything about this place except the bedding. I did not sleep well , I tried best western and found the same issue at each one, bedding and pillows were not up to par.

We like the brand reliability of the best Western plus and this particular hotel is above and beyond the usual best western plus range. The location is fantastic in the middle of downtown Moab and the staff is excellent and helpful. The rooms are large well-maintained clean and very pleasant. There are supplies available in the lobby for things that you might have forgotten at very reasonable prices-Including SD cards flash drives etc. etc. unbelievable!-The breakfast is excellent and the people working at breakfast are delightful pleasant people who make a beautiful start to your day they truly deserve kudos and having such a great attitude and welcoming spirit. I will definitely visit this place again

Stayed for a few nights with my daughter while checking out the local parks and scenery. Property was in a great spot, can walk right to all the stores and many restaurants. Even though its right in the center of Moab its still quiet. Room was large (2 queen) and clean. The breakfast was very good as was the service. Plenty of options. Staff was helpful. It's as good as you'll get at a very fair price I thought. Will stay there again.

This hotel was our first real need after 10 paddling a canoe down the Green River. It was fantastic on every way. Great beds, nice breakfast and coffee, very friendly staff. The staff knew the town so well that they directed is to the best Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs I've ever had.

BW Canyonlands is located in the heart of Moab close to all major shopping and dining and only about 5 miles from Arches NP. We made this hotel our home base for 3 nights while visiting, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and Dead Horse Point State Park. We stayed in room 129, which is on the first floor and with a rear door exit that opens directly onto the parking lot. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff was courteous and friendly. The pool area was spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, pool towels and a separate hot tub. A great spot to relax at the end of a busy day walking and hiking.

We stayed at 5 hotels on this trip and this by far was our favorite. It was wonderful to have 2 sinks so we could both spread out our stuff and get ready at the same time. The air conditioner was easy to adjust and not right next to the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even during COVID they have found a way to serve a hot breakfast. Conveniently located in the center of town. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Nice clean hotel. The rooms are spacious enough for 4 people and they still serve breakfast which is important for families. The hotel is in the middle of town which is a great location to walk anywhere but rooms aren't noisy. For people with Tesla's they have charging stations as well. The pool is nice but decking and hand rails get HOT.

Location was excellent for town and Arches National Park. Rooms were very nice and clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was great to enjoy after a long day of hiking. Breakfast each morning had many choices of very good food to start the day right.

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this hotel! We have been in 3 different hotels on this vacation and it has been the best by far! Up until this point we have had problems along the way on this trip. But we knew the minute we walked in things were going to be better here. We travel quite a bit and have never stayed in a Best Western before, we weren't quite sure what to expect. But boy were we pleasantly surprised! The staff has been amazing! Even helped us figure out a ride to our excursion for the day. The hotel and rooms are so clean, speaking of the rooms, they are huge! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the location is perfect! Breakfast was great and the gentleman fixing plates were friendly. We will definitely visit Moab again and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Great job to the team at this location, you exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

This Best western puts in the heart of the town, which is only a few miles from Arches National Park. It was nice to take a stroll in town after hiking though the park, and you didn't have to move your car. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of pool towels. Many choices of food, from fast food, to local breweries.

Sometimes remodels or updates on a Best Western can be meh. Not this one! It's quaint and small but the updates are fantastic. Our room was exceptionally clean and we really appreciated the two sinks for a family of 4. We liked the cool lighting feature above the bed headboards and appreciated having our own air conditioning unit/HVAC during a pandemic. The staff was friendly. The pool is small but very clean and we enjoyed it after a warm day of hiking. And it was so quiet! We didn't have any problem with noise. We would stay there again!

Excellent hotel in Moab. Easy access to shops and restaurants in town. Clean, updated hotel with a great pool. Staff was very helpful. The staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was the first time we have visited Moab, Utah. My husband and I booked a four night stay at the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn. We checked in on a Sunday night and left on a Thursday. The first night there was noise in the hallway but our next three nights were quiet. This is a wonderful place to stay in the downtown area. Everything was within walking distance. We had a great time exploring the National Parks in the area. We will be back!

We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2021. Located within walking distance to nice restaurants and right on the main drag. Close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Breakfast included (eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee). Friendly staff and clean rooms, Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer in room. We stayed in room 207 which overlooked a side parking lot, but the room was quiet. Parking is free. Great place to stay!

We picked this hotel online, not knowing how wonderful the location was going to be. It is exactly in the center of town, at the corner of Main and Center. We only had to drive when we went touring local national parks. Otherwise, we could walk to shop, eat, see the museum, even get groceries. The best restaurant we ate at all week is on the same corner. Full hot breakfast each morning indoors or out on a 2nd story patio. Staff was polite and helpfull.

Well maintained, helpful staff, a nice (small) pool area, and central location make this a good choice. Excellent COVID protocol by staff. The queen suite gave us enough room (good for families) and had everything you would need. Breakfast was sufficient before heading out. Really could not find a fault with this place. We were unsure about staying in the middle of downtown, though we did not hear any noise in our room. Being able to walk to dinner and just a short ride to Arches was the best of both.

I thought this was a brand new hotel. But it was built over twenty years ago. The rooms showed no sign of age, the hotel's owner takes pride in it's upkeep. They cut no corners, the furniture is quality, the carpeting like new and the photos decorating the rooms were not cheap. The hotel has a number of restaurants within a few blocks. The Jailhouse Cafe for breakfast and the Brewery across the street and the Bistro next store($$$$, but I'm told it's worth it) for dinner. The hotel is only two stories. I would opt for a room on the second floor facing south for quiet. I stayed in a room facing north and had to deal with a few drunks leaving the brew pub and some traffic noise. The second floor also has the breakfast area. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty much what you's expect- muffins, cereal and coffee. I opted for the Jailhouse Cafe down the block for a chance to meet other travelers and pick the servers and managers brains for things to do and see. The hotel also has 24 hour free coffee service downstairs and a small selection of drinks and snacks more than reasonably priced ( bottled water only $1!) Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs but it did look inviting. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I found the no pet policy a big plus.

We booked a two queen suite for our family trip to Moab. We originally chose this hotel because of it's downtown location. Positive Tripadvisor reviews helped us make our final decision. This hotel is directly in downtown Moab. For us this was a plus. If you think that a downtown location may be a bit busy for you, then you will need to choose another hotel. I will say that despite it's downtown location, the evenings were quiet and peaceful. The downtown location gave us easy walking access to all of the shops and restaurants. After long days in the car visiting national parks and other attractions, we welcomed the chance to walk. The hotel is super clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. The friendly staff were eager to help with anything that was needed. The pool is open and uncrowded. Our kids took advantage every evening. Breakfast is included in your stay. Covid has changed the breakfast room slightly, meaning that hotel staff serve the food to you, but this is the normal with all hotels right now. The breakfast was normal hotel breakfast room fare: eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, muffins, dry cereal, juices, coffee, etc. It was all very good. The breakfast room is on the second floor with access to beautiful outside seating. If the weather is nice I suggest that you take advantage of this. If you are concerned with Covid, I can assure you that the hotel has all of the necessary restrictions and precautions in place. My family or I never felt compromised. The hotel is very close to The Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point. This was the main reason that we chose to stay in Moab. Given that the hotel is in downtown Moab, the room was a little pricey, but we felt that this was an overall great value and met our travel goals. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children.

Walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Laundry room in the basement. Nice employees at the front desk & working the breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was a choice of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, canned peaches, Quaker instant oatmeal, frozen muffins. Very bland, there are much better tasting breakfast options close to the hotel. The do have a water bottle filler on the first floor close to the lobby. We stayed 3 nights and with Covid restrictions still in place, no cleaning service.

The Best Western Plus canyonlands is very conveniently located and everything about the hotel was great. They served breakfast every morning starting at 6:00 a.m., and had a lovely outdoor patio where you could eat breakfast or bring in takeout meals if desired. The location is right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything you would want. Would definitely stay here again!

On our first trip to Moab we were thrilled at the central location if this hotel. Restaurants, shopping, liquor store and groceries were all within 4 blocks! Every time we passed other hotels on the outskirts of the city we thought, “glad we didn't select that one - it's away from everything!”. Plus they've got a great pool and a huge hot tub (fits 17!).

Service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. A special shout out to the breakfast guys although the desk staff were great also. Room is clean, roomy and in good shape. Internet worked without an issues. Pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Plenty of hot warm for showers. Breakfast is a bit limited due to covid. They are service counter style in that you select from a menu and then you go up to the "counter", let them know what you would like and they hand you the items. On any given day they have eggs, bacon or sausages, potatoes, pancakes, small muffins (type changes from day to day), 4-5 types of cold cereal, a number of types of juice, water, coffee, tea, instant hot cocoa, 4 -5 types of oatmeal, cut up fruit. You can sit inside or there are some great options for seating outside on their second level. Our room was on the first floor (I prefer the second) but was extremely quite. No issues with noise. The location is excellent. The hotel located in the heart of downtown by many downtown restaurants and shops.

While Moab hotels are all pretty pricey, Best Western delivers on quality and location, and the breakfast was outstanding. The location is right in town, close to dining, nightlife, and souvenir shops. The property itself is quiet and a good retreat after a long day. There is dedicated bike storage and the hotel rooms are adequate and modern.

Front desk staff were polite and efficient. No problems checking in or out. Room was clean and well equipped. Good location as a starting point for trips to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point and Capitol Reef. Nothing bad to say about the place. Didn't eat breakfast there or use any of the amenities so I can't comment on those other than they were open.

A little pricier than some of the BWs in which we stayed during our travels though the National Parks of Utah, but by far the nicest, best equipped, and CLEANEST! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the area. Breakfast was served early and was great!

I've stayed here on each of my 10 or so trips to Moab: some solo and some wort family or friends. It's a clean comfortable hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff, in the heart of ‘downtown'. I see no reason to stay anywhere else. The wi-fi speed on my last three visits was very good (it was slow the first few times but presents no problem now).

We stayed here for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were upgraded to a queen suite which was nice and roomy. We loved that it had 2 sinks. My husband and I could have our own counter space. The breakfast was a great start to the mornings. Nothing fancy, but good. The staff was all extremely friendly. The room was clean. We were able to walk everywhere in town which was also nice. The Blood Orange Tea in the lobby was wonderful!! They have a pretty roof terrace as well. We ate our breakfast there and watched the sunrise one morning. The glow on red rock behind us was beautiful. Would highly reccommend.

We had a great stay here. Staff were all welcoming as you entered/left the property, at breakfast etc. Our room was adequate and had enough room. Location really was good with easy walks to several of our dinners. Finally, the breakfast was different than others on our trip, they get you what you want, but they had hot and cold food and it was good.

As guests of numerous Best Western properties over the five decades Canyonlands Inn rates high marks with us for the quality of service, cleanliness of the room and public areas, and recommendations for dining near the hotel. Our stay exceeded our expectations in all but one minor area: no waffles available on rhe breakfast selection menu!

Centrally located hotel in downtown Moab puts almost everything within walking distance. This was our first break since 2019 and we could not have picked a better place. Nice pool and hot tub, great location, and super friendly staff.

An excellent hotel, conveniently located for all types of enjoyment. Excellent restaurants, shopping, adventure and surroundings are so diverse. The desk employees were very generous, helpful and kind.

My family loved our four night stay in the Main Street Suite. We chose this hotel because of this room. It was the perfect size to be together yet have separate space when needed. Our suite was in a separate building with two other suites (it only has stairs to access it). It has it's own parking space. The Main Street Suite has two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with two queens), two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub), a sitting area with kitchenette, and two private balconies. We didn't use the small balcony but loved the large one. We liked that the small freezer had an ice maker in it (so no leaving the room with a bucket to search for ice). We loved having multiple TV's. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and being able to take a quick swim in the heated pool to cool off (we stayed in February). The hot tub is large so it wasn't hard to stay socially distanced. This was the best breakfast we've had at a hotel during the pandemic. An employee serves it and you can leave a tip. They had pancakes, cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage, instant oatmeal, yogurt, etc. There were a few indoor tables or you could take it to their nice outdoor seating (or back to your room). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with internet the first night but they found a solution. The manager also gave us great ideas on things to do and where to go to watch the sunset. We loved the location. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops plus it's across from the Moab Information Center and close to Bike Fiend (where we rented bikes). Our suite was above Gloria's Cafe on Main Street but the windows did a great job of keeping it quiet. The only negative thing was it has a very tiny fridge. We also wished the large balcony had more seating options. It has two tables and 8 chairs but it would have been nice to have a bar and barstools or maybe a few lounge chairs plus a heater (it was in the 30's during our stay). We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back again! I wish we could find a hotel like this every place we go. It was perfect.

My wife and I are set on visiting all hte national parks in Southern Utah, and we loved that the night before we were able to spur of the moment book a room for us, and with friends, and knock out a couple bucket list hikes with the kids. Best Western provided all the amenities we need to make our trip fun and relaxing. The kids loved the pool/hot tub area, the breakfast was above avg compared to other hotels we've stayed with, and the staff was incredible. Would highly recommend staying here again. The beds were great, the rooms were fairly large with room to just lounge about. The location is right on Main street, so you are walking distance from a lot of good shopping and food. We found ourselves walking a block north to the food truck park every night to enjoy that atmosphere and eat good food.

We were visiting Moab for 9 nights as we wanted to explore the National Parks and do lots of hiking. We are BW members and this place looked great. We booked a King Suite so we had extra room. The front desk staff was superb, special shoutout to Kristen. Check in was super easy. The room was clean, and spacious. We asked for and received an extra refrigerator for the room (we had brought a ton of food with us). The breakfasts were great, and the guys in the breakfast room were all incredibly nice. After a few days, they figured out our orders. As we were there for a while, we did request, and received housekeeping which changed sheets, replaced towels, etc. We also used the laundry while we were there, great facilities, everything was brand new. The hotel location was great, we could walk to many shops and restaurants. Tons of hiking trails in the area and both Arches and Canyonlands NP were not far. All in all, one of the best stays we have ever had. Kudos to one of the the most pleasant hotel staffs we have ever encountered.

The two gentleman working breakfast on Sunday, February 28, deserve a raise. They were the BEST! My little one really wanted bacon and asked if they had any. They happened to be serving sausage that day, but he went the extra mile, and made my little guy some bacon. The breakfast was SO good (not grab and go) and the staff upon check in, was the best. Thank you SO much!!! Also the two ladies the there in the afternoon of Saturday 2/27, I checked in after we arrived a little early, she gave me a free room upgrade and let us take our stuff up, so we could get to the pool after our long drive. It really made such a big difference!! The kindness and patience. Thank you!! I'm a single mom who works 3 jobs to provide, and it just really made our weekend that much better. ❤️

We travel to Moab a couple of times a year and each visit we try out different lodging options. This was our first experience with Best Western Canyonlands and we were not disappointed. It was exactly what we were looking for. A Large suite, comfortable beds, blackout curtains so room stayed dark, clean room, working a relatively quiet AC unit, hot breakfast & reasonably priced for the time of year. We asked for a quiet room on the 2nd floor, which they accommodated for us as it faced the back parking lot. Check in was easy, the girls at the front were exceptionally pleasant & helpful, the staff serving breakfast were super friendly as well. No bikes in the room but they did have a secure room in the basement that we were able to store our bikes and they made sure we had access to a hose to clean our bikes after each days ride. It is centrally located so walking around town was great. We enjoyed the upper outdoor deck for having breakfast that overlooked Main Street. Staff wore masks which was appreciated. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it was open and was a big hit for kids. The hotel was not full so I felt it was rather quiet compared to what it could have been. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would return.

This property is a perfect location, super clean rooms, nice breakfast and everything you will need to spend time at Canyonlands or Arches. We've been here a few times and it never disappoints. Front desk very helpful and courteous.

Our family stayed in the 2 bedroom Main Street Suite (301) for a quick weekend getaway. 4 adults and one small child. This suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect for families. Nice gas fireplace in the living room, plenty of counter space and seating area. The beds are comfortable and we all slept great. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and private balcony! Smaller balcony in the king room, and huge balcony overlooking Main Street from the living room/2 queen room. We also have another balcony overlooking the pool at the suite entrance! This suite is located above Gloria's restaurant in front of the main hotel building. Access is only through a set of stairs, not too bad unless you need elevator to get around. We even had reserved parking. We brought our RZRs, so we parked the truck and trailer at the oversized parking behind the hotel, and parked the RZRs near the suite. Customer service was great and free hot breakfast was decent. We will definitely stay here again.

Got a room here last minute and found it to be very nice. The woman at the front did a remarkable job and was super nice. We were not able to utilize all of the amenities but everything was clean and well managed. If you are looking for a hotel in Moab, this is the place to go.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were very nice with all expected amenities. The decor was attractive and seemed recent and was well maintained. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great - many restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of COVID-19 precautions in place. The breakfast was good - hot options and protein available. It was slow because they need to serve all items due to COVID restrictions, so allow a bit of extra time. This trip was a stopover on a road trip, so we didn't have near enough time to do all we wanted in the area. When we return for a longer stay in the area, we will definitely stay here.

We stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. Our room was lovely - large, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was nice to have two sinks and mirrors, one in the bathroom and one just outside the bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, especially considering challenges with the pandemic. They did a great job and it was delicious. We are outside on a beautiful deck area, completely separated from other guests. This hotel is a block back from the main street in Moab, and it was really quiet. We didn't hear traffic at all. Highly recommended.

Overall, this was a great place for our little family. We traveled with our daughters, aged 10 and 13. My wife and I really enjoyed having BW Canyonlands Inn as our basecamp for exploring Moab. The check in was a breeze, the beds were comfy, and the hot tub was great in the evenings. Having the hot breakfast was nice before heading out to explore the parks. The hotel felt clean, and Moab was very quiet on our trip. I would highly recommend BW Canyonlands Inn for your stay in Moab.

Stayed here for 5 nights while doing the national parks, great room, great location because we could walk to most restaurants we wanted to go to. parking was not that hard ( we were in the end of the season though). I would recommend it, price is few dollars more than some other close by but it was worth it to us

Best Western in Moab has a great location. Just minutes from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park - both beautiful. Pasta Jays (restaurant) is within walking distance. The reception was friendly, fast check-in. The room including the bed linens were clean. The bed was quite comfy I actually overslept. Worth the stay and budget friendly.

Me and my husband did a last minute trip to Moab and picked this hotel due to the location and pricing, very nice staff, clean room, and free continental breakfast. LOVED the location witch is right smack dab in the middle of town so you can walk to restaurants, the brewery and stores. Pool is not opened year round but the Hot tub was! Looked very nice, did not go in it this time, but will do our next trip back.

Could not ask for a better stay. Room was spacious, service was great. Upon check in I met the person at the front desk, her name is Quincy. Could not ask for a nicer and friendlier check in. She was very accommodating and helpful. My family and I had a great experience and will be using this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay.

We love the location, the room is clean, people is nice here. I love the tea bags they have available for guests. The crews at breakfast service are very nice and willing to help with guests. Food at breakfast service bis very nice too.

We stayed at this great Best Western during our summer national parks road trip. They absolutely delivered on their cleanliness and Covid safety precautions. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a queen bed suite with sofa bed and it was comfortable for our family of 4. Every staff member we saw was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just a few miles from Arches National Park. We were able to check in early so that we could unpack our vehicle, wind down and be ready for a beautiful sunset drive through Arches. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would most certainly stay again!

The hotel is in great shape, the Rooms were great size ,clean, great price ! Will totally stay here again next time I'm in moab UT. We just traveled across the country and this was the best value for our money yet

We stayed 4 nights here while visiting nearby Arches and Canyonlands national parks. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the main drag through Moab. Very convenient to several restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were diligent about wearing masks during the pandemic. The room was a nice size for a longer stay, the bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. The staff helped us out with some printing we needed to do. We'd stay again if in the area.

One of our top 5 Best Westerns ever. Great front desk staff....comfy room...great location. Nice that they were serving breakfast in spite of Covid etc. Safety protocols throughout the property seemed to be followed.

This hotel was awesome! We came for a hiking trip over the Thanksgiving holiday. Got a great price and we were so surprised at how nice the rooms were! Everything was super clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was surprisingly good and very well organized to ensure safety during Covid. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff and groundskeepers asked how we were and if they could help us in any way. Excellent location in Moab! We were able to walk to several great Restaurants for dinner each night. Highly recommend Spokes and Zaks Pizza. We will definitely stay here again! We give it. 10+ out of 10.

The quality of the facility and service is good, but COVID-19 protective regulations are not enforced. There are signs throughout the facility stating that masks must be worn, but guest are allowed to be in common areas without them.

Stayed true to what they advertised! Excellent service, very clean. Followed COVID-19 guidelines as stated which was very important to us. Located right off the “main drag”. Close to eateries and shopping. We plan on returning as soon as we can.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The property is very nice. The room was great and very clean. Front desk reps were helpful and professional. Great location which is walking distance from downtown Springdale and right at the doorstep of Zion. We'll be back.

My husband and I primarily stay at BW. This one was very nice. Great room, super staff, and Jessica even mailed my favorite pillow home overnight delivery. I was crazy excited to have it sitting in a USPS box on my doorstep when I got home. Thanks Jessica! Moab, UT is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... Canyonlands BW Plus is a great place to stay!!) I fell in love with the Ravens! They are very intelligent and well mannered. Not aggressive like Crows and Seagulls. I read later that you aren't supposed to feed them though. Oops!

We were in Moab to run a race during covid. This hotel was the best! They still serve hot breakfast every morning with their staff dishing it up. Rooms were very clean. If we needed anything, we quickly received it. All the staff wore masks at all times and really cared about the customers. The breakfast staff were the best! So patient and happy. We needed a late check-in so I could finish a business call, and they were happy to accommodate. Wi-fi was excellent and the hot top was large and nicely socially distanced. Will definitely stay here again for future races.

The hotel was in a great location right in the downtown area so it was easy to walk to restaurants. It was also very convenient to the Arches Park. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and hiking . I enjoyed the stay here very much .

This hotel is right downtown. We stayed here on two different nights recently as traveling to/From AZ. You did not hear the noise from the main road, however, we could hear the people talking in the rooms next door. However, The hotel was quiet at night and got a great nights' sleep. We had a nice size room both stays. Beds were comfortable. BW has covid protocols in place. Guests are required to wear masks in common areas. The staff is friendly and checking in is quick. They have a nice upstairs outside deck with a fireplace where you can sit anytime. Would stay here again.

My family of 4 ( including 2 kids) stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Moab. I knew we would mostly just be sleeping here and looked for a good value. We had lots of adventures planned for each day and it was perfect for our needs. It's a perfect location. Close to so much stuff! Check in was easy and we noticed Covid cleanliness being handled well. This was important to us and i was very pleased. All guests/staff wore masks, breakfast was to go and not buffet style but given to you or you could eat on the terrace. The room was kind of tight but like I said we were there mostly to crash. The beds and linen could be softer. My 6 year old actually called it a "paper bed" lol. She wasn't wrong but we got used to it. Housekeeping was readily available to bring us what we needed but there is no daily cleaning done for covid reasons. This is what we were prepared for anyway. I didn't want anyone coming into the room. ** I found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Providing towels/toiletries, and information whenever we needed it. They have a wifi issue and honestly it sucks but again i didn't need it a ton but if you need it for work this is not reliable. The gym is tiny and basic but not bad for a little extra workout. There was nobody. there when i went with my daughter. we wiped things down and felt good about it. If there had been more people in there we would have left. The pool- it's closed now but my kids were lunatics and swimming in ridiculously cold weather and i was in the hot tub. It worked and we were so pleased. A heated outdoor pool is a nice draw to this place. For our needs this was a perfect spot. I didn't give it a 5 because the linens and towels can really be softer.

This is a great place to stay. Right in town and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel has a great breakfast, nice pool, and hot tub. Also, there was a fire pit outside which was perfect place to relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Moab at Best Western Canyonlands! As other reviewers mentioned, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was nice. The employees were friendly and we took advantage of the on-site laundry facilities although, I would highly recommend buying your own detergent and dryer sheets, or packing your own. It was expensive! I didn't give 5 stars because I felt the price was a bit high for what we got with this hotel. It was a little run down feeling and I think there were other options in the main downtown area that were cheaper. There is even another Best Western location right down the street that was a little less expensive. If we return, I would probably explore those other options before booking a room here again.

With all the traffic and road work in Moab, this hotel is in the best location. We easily walked to restaurants and downtown stores. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had strong pressure. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely place with fantastic staff. It's the best location in Moab with easy access to everything. The on-site breakfast is very good and included. My kids loved the pool area and I loved the giant hot tub. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of main street in Moab with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was spacious and the breakfast was great. A little high in price but we would have had to get out of downtown to find lower price with same amenities.

Very friendly, accommodating and pleasant to deal staff. Under COVID, the processes in place and the precautions taken made us feel comfortable to stay and to enjoy breakfast in a pleasant outdoor setting. Rooms are large and comfortable and the internet worked fast.

We had 3 couples visit this past weekend and it was great. They were nice and helpful when we made the reservations. They recommended we keep the rooms under one name so we would have our rooms together. The check in and out was easy. The staff were nice at check in and at breakfast. They just opened hot breakfast again; they tell you your options and then serve you. The rooms are clean and big. Upstairs patio was great to have breakfast on and we ordered take out one night for dinner and ate on the patio that night. The beds are comfy and the towels are nice and large and absorbent. That seems like a funny thing to comment on, but some hotel towels suck. I would for sure stay here again.

Nice hotel centrally located on Main St with restaurants and shops very close. Some shared the parking lot and everything was in walking distance. Extra amenities like reading lights on the custom headboards and really loved they had a magnifying makeup mirror. The beds were comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Hallways were very dated, but we're not sleeping out there. Breakfast room is upstairs and they served us a nice hot breakfast and we took it out on the very nice balcony patio. It was a bit chilly that morning, but enjoyed the view. Most took it back to their room or to go. Thank you BW Moab for providing that during Corona as others in Colorado did nothing. It made a good start to our day of exploring Arches N P. Drawbacks were that there were too many little “nightlights” in the room. Like lighted switch plates, smoke detector, microwave, TV, a plug under the desk with 2 lights on it, and the large crack around the door seal. A lot of hotels put these cabinets with microwave, fridge, and drawers right across from the foot of the bed. Nice concept, but the microwave numbers lights shine right in your face when in the bed. Also the room rate was very expensive and we could only stay the one night instead of the 2 I had wanted. I noticed it was at least $110 cheaper the week before and after. So I felt a little taken advantage of. With that being said we would definitely return again and just try to get a firm date further ahead of time. Thank you also to the front desk young lady that made sure I had a room facing the back and I didn't hear any road noise!

The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is awful. The location is perfect-10 minutes to Arches (if there is no traffic, but 30 minutes at busy times as 5 miles of 190 are down to two lanes because of road construction), very close- 2 to 5 minute all the Moab restaurants and shops. On the noisiest road ANYWHERE but the hotel is very quiet. For $200 a night I expect a bathrobe and real glasses and coffee cups. It has none of these.

The hotel is walking distance to most restaurants in the town of Moab. While back from the main road in town, the rooms were quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was very good.

This is a very nice hotel with a great downtown location in Moab. We stayed here for four nights during our visit to the nearby national parks. We arrived just after check-in time and were greeted by a very friendly and polite woman at reception. We were quickly checked in. Our room was the Presidential Suite which we had booked many weeks in advance. The suite was quite large and looked new. There were no marks or scratches on the wall or on the furniture. Since there were three of us, my wife and I took the bedroom and our friend the living room which had a sofa bed. All of us were quite comfortable and we even had our own televisions. The suite also featured a kitchenette and a table with chairs. The bathroom was quite large. There were two vanities: one in the main bathroom and one just outside of it which was very handy. The kitchen included a coffee maker, toaster, a small stove, and oven but we did no cooking as were on vacation. Due to COVID, our room was not serviced during our stay. We left used towels and bags with garbage outside the room as directed by reception. Those were picked-up by the hotel staff. Toiletries and fresh towels were gladly provided by reception when requested in person. They did a great job on that. The hotel had just started serving a hot breakfast again when we got there. It had been suspended due to COVID. This was provided in a breakfast room which right above reception. The staff served the food that was requested. This was fine but the portions given initially were very small. However, they were increased upon request. There were a few tables provided to eat at, but most guests returned to their rooms to eat as we did. The hotel is within short walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shopping. There are two restaurants right next door to the hotel. There is parking available and this seemed to fill up quickly each night. One night, we were unable to use the parking lot but there was street parking available right next to the hotel's parking lot and that was fine. The hotel also had a nice outdoor pool. We used this one day after a trip to Arches where the temperatures were in the 90's and it was quite refreshing. The hotel is not that far from Arches National Park. Canyonlands is a bit further, but you will not find any hotels close to the entrance anyway. So, overall, a great stay at this hotel. A great job by the staff despite the COVID restrictions in place. They really worked hard to keep the guests happy. We would stay here again.

It doesn't get any better in terms of location in Moab. Walk out of the lobby to restaurants and shops, just steps away. The hotel was super clean, welcoming lobby, nice pool. We loved our stay there!

Great hotel. Great location. Great pool. We researched hotels a bit and decided to get one closer to town. This is a very nice place. Clean rooms and COVID-19 aware. Used their laundry room which was very handy.

Great location on Main street in Moab, near restaurants, stores and Arches Nationalpark. Central, but also a bit set back from the road to provide some privacy. Due to Covid, the breakfast was handed out with ready-to go options but still well handled. Room was good size and nicely, modern designed. Fridge and microwave were appreciated. Beautiful pool area and loved the roof top seating area. Plenty of parking.

During this pandemic it would not be fair to judge a hotel by before Covid standards. However, this hotel exceeded our expectations for travel lodging. The check in was efficient, the large updated room included a refrigerator and microwave as well as two sinks, one outside the bathroom and one in the bathroom. Both sinks had large countertops. The most important aspect was because of the current cleaning standards in place, we felt assured that we were in a safe environment. Breakfast was great! Everyone was socially distanced and able to request food items that were placed in bags by the servers. We could either eat in our room or on the lovely outdoor patio. Food items included fruits, muffins, granola bars, juice, coffee, milk, burritos (that could be microwaved) and several types of cold cereal and instant oatmeal. After exploring the National Parks and experiencing the 103 degree heat, the large, refreshing outdoor swimming pool an added feature. There was also a large spa hot tub that guests could enjoy during cooler weather. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was a very comfortable and clean room. Due to Covid, the complimentary breakfast was served by staff in bags rather than one helping themselves. Basically "Continental Breakfast" type offerings. Really liked having booklights on the bed! Also enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evenings while eating dinner (our food) or playing games. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

My family was in the middle of a 2 week backpacking vacation and needed a showers, soft beds and a/c. The room was spacious very accommodating and allowed for space and comfort. The pool is very clean and refreshing, hot tub is great good temperature and powerful jets. We passed on the modified breakfast but the breakfast room was very clean and had outdoor seating. Great locale and great staff.

The location was excellent and the pool and common areas appeared to be fixed up, but the rooms smelled musty if you ran the air conditioning (which lets face it in July in Moab you MUST do) and the room had the underlying smell of stale cigarette smoke (like it had formerly been a smoking room). Would not stay here again without renovation.

I stayed at this hotel while touring Arches and Canyonlands National Park. I got a good night's sleep every night I was there. The breakfast was good every morning. The hotel is located between both parks.

Very convenient for walking in the town for restaurants and shopping. Great location to visit both Arches and Canyonlands. Room was more than adequate, with the exception of getting all your towels, toiletries from the front desk because of covid. Really didn't like not having my room made up each day either. The bag breakfast was fine and acceptable. The pool was open and a nice retreat from the heat.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, convenient location. Even with COVID-19 they provided a substantial warm breakfast option. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff always willing to offer hiking and restaurant recommendations. Definitely recommend this hotel

Great place for Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. Can walk to awesome restaurants and cute shops. Nice pool. Good laundry facility. Staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms comfortable and clean and nicely furnished. Because of Covid, breakfast was limited but had good variety of takeaway items (yogurt, muffins, fruit, granola bars, cereal, juice, coffee).

While the hotel is not new and shows some signs of ageing it was clean and they were using Covid awareness w/sanitizing, masks, etc. The deck on this hotel is wonderful but mostly unusable in the summer because of the heat. Moab is usually swamped in the summer but with the current state of affairs it was not. This hotel is right downtown. Park your car and walk to any/all restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

This hotel was superb. The check-in process, room cleanliness, customer service experience (especially Sabrina), the breakfast and the check-out process were all perfect. The location of the hotel and it's overall look is spectacular. I would easily stay again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone touring through Moab!

This hotel is in a perfect location of downtown Moab, close to Arches and Canyonlands, great pool and work out facilities, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a nice staycation!

I'm not very partial to the big chains but this place was the exception. The rooms were very nice, the hotel is situated in the heart of Moab and best of all the staff really care about their jobs. There aren't many chains that will call you when your daughter leaves her precious blanky and go the extra mile to mail it back to you. From the front desk reception to the breakfast personnel, this place has people that care about their jobs. I'll be back in a heart beat.

A healthy breakfast to start each morning is important to us. We either pay more for a hotel that serves a hot, healthy breakfast or we pay less for a hotel and go out for breakfast. I decided I wanted my family to have the benefit of going to breakfast at their own time. This hotel was expensive, but I figured that it was worth the hot, healthy breakfast advertised. However, the breakfast advertised was not served and not advised on their website and the charges were the same. The next morning for breakfast we had a choice of water or a juice, not both, a muffin or a breakfast bar, (loaded with sugar), a frozen burrito (processed and loaded with sugar and fats, that you had to go back to your room to cook in the microwave) and a yogurt (loaded with sugar). My question?? What does a diabetic or someone watching their sugar intake eat? " I am sorry mam" was the response, yet the night before we stayed in a cheaper hotel, which advertised a continental breakfast and they served boiled eggs, grits, oatmeal, and healthy breads that could be toasted or baked, with a choice of fresh fruits. They served us and we sat at a table to eat. The table and chairs were sanitized immediately when we were done. They also gave us a bottle of water and choice of a juice and coffee. In addition, they made waffles on request. I was very disappointed that I had to spend an additional $200 on my vacation budget to feed my family breakfast, when I already paid for breakfast in the room charges. I understand with the virus, things changed, but if you can hand out a cold breakfast to go, why cant you hand out a hot, healthy breakfast to go? The previous hotel is under the same guidelines for Covid-19. Rooms were clean and a nice size for family, location is good, but there are hotels in the area that are just as nice and cheaper. Therefore, you can take the extra money to buy a good breakfast, numerous places in Moab! I did talk to someone at the front desk to have a manager contact me, but the manager did not respond. I am very disappointed in this hotel for the price I paid! There are much better options in the vicinity.

This was our first family trip since the pandemic had shut down our travel. We were glad that we chose the Best Western Plus in Moab as one of our choices to stay! We had a gift card that had expired because we hadn't left the state in months. The front desk staff along with the helpful customer service department were able to extend the expiration date so that we could apply it to this stay. The hotel and room was exceptionally clean which gave us a comfortable and safe feeling. As in the past, we will definitely continue to trust our travel stays to Best Western!

Very concerned about COVID protection. Very nice hotel, nice staff, and perfect location. Within walking distance of food and shops. Private parking. Carry out breakfast was good and the two men handing it out were super nice. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 3 who all wanted our own beds and a nice place to hang out after days of hiking in the national parks. We were fortunate that the 2-bedroom Main Street Suite was available (1 king, 2 queens). It's in a separate building next to the main hotel building, and it has reserved parking spots for convenience. As the name implies, it faces out to Main Street, the main drag in Moab. The suite seemed to be fairly new or remodeled with a nice comfortable decor. The king bedroom has a comfortable bed, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a small private balcony. The 2 queens bedroom has its own bathroom as well. The living room has a comfortable couch, a minimal kitchenette, and table & chairs. The slide-out refrigerator and freezer were nice, but I do think it was an odd choice to put a tiny sink in the kitchenette, and also not include a stove. Why waste all that counter space? Although the larger main balcony outside the living room has a nice view of the surrounding mountains, it turned out to be not a very relaxing place to hang out because of the many loud vehicles driving by. The breakfast was a decent attempt at being safe and also having a few choices. The pool was lovely and refreshing in the Moab summer heat. Overall, it was a nice home away from home and we had a good stay. I'd highly recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Moab.

Everything you would expect from a Best Western property. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Parking available near entrances closest to rooms. COVID precautions in place so breakfast impacted. Bagged options could have been better.

This Best Western property is in a great location; right on the "main drag" in Moab, a few minutes drive to Arches National Park, and about 30 minutes to Canyonlands National Park. We initially chose this property because it has a Tesla Supercharger onsite. However the property itself exceeded our expectations. We loved and made use of the second story balcony/firepit area. We ordered take-out from the Italian restaurant next door and enjoyed it on the balcony with some wine (we just asked for wine glasses from Reception!). Other restaurants, bars and shops were walkable from the hotel as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The price was a little steep compared to other hotels during our cross country trip but it seems this is the norm in Moab. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We came here because of the reviews and found them to be true. COVID diminished the stay a bit but the staff did everything right to try and lessen the inconvenience. Nice bright and helpful staff, very clean, good location, nice room amenities, and premium tv channels. Oh, nice pool area also.

Comfortable place. Love the rooftop area but more comfortable seating would be nice. A bit noisy being right on the main street. Someone needs to get control of the loud vehicles racing up and down the street. We witness several near misses. Within walking distance to several shops and dining establishments. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has wonderful staff--the front desk staff pointed us in the right direction for dinner twice, and both the Spoke and Zax had wonderful food. The hotel was older, but has been remodeled and upgraded--best parts were the roof top deck and the pool area. Our teenage boys loved the huge hot tub. When we were there the weather was HOT--a few more chairs with umbrellas around the pool would be nice. Breakfast was sparse due to COVID, but the staff was helpful with work arounds. Our room overlooked the pool--something I would avoid next time as it was loud and we go to bed early. Otherwise, excellent stay! (LOVED all the access to recycling stations too!)

Beautiful hotel, perfect location right in the middle of town, nice clean rooms, only issue was key cards never worked had to have them programed three times, got locked out twice and had and one of the two keys never worked on the room door, very limited parking

As a mom with kid , I felt well taken care of and safe. The breakfast option was different but they delivered bags that had hand written messages on them. A very nice touch . The roof top terrace was great for enjoying the beautiful weather they were having.

This BW was clean, had a nice pool/hot tub area, and great breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were accommodating and very friendly. It is in a perfect location to walk to all of the restaurants and shops in town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a 2 queen bedroom suit which was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and very quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was amazing with all sorts of options both hot and cold. Highly recommended!

Stayed two night. Very good breakfast room, better than recent stays in Hampton Inn's. Plenty of towels in bathroom, every thing worked in room. You can decline housekeeping (there is a door hanger to put out for this) for 500 extra Best Western points. Plenty of places to walk to for meals (try The Spoke which is next door). Restaurants had different prices for weekend vs weekday.

This hotel is in an amazing location, walk to all the best restaurants in Moab. The staff is super nice and fast, above-average hotel breakfast. The hotel has great sitting areas, pool and room are like new. We have stayed in Moab many times but never here I have been missing out for sure.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Moab. We had a suite & it was so roomy & had a fridge and microwave. It was off season & so inexpensive, plus the full complimentary breakfast was outstanding! We will be back!

This is a great place to stay in Moab. Excellent breakfast provided and a very helpful staff. This was the second time we have stayed there for multiple days and we will be coming back again next year. Also the facility is within walking distance of several dining establishments.

Our check in with Sabrina at the front desk was great. She helped us to use the Best Western coupons we had been awarded from a promotion. We were in a large suite with two queen beds. There were two vanities, one in the bathroom and the other in the room. One had a lighted makeup mirror attached to the wall. Breakfast was good with eggs, omelets, bacon, potatoes, etc., but the eggs were cold.

We had a great 4 night stay here. They were nice enough to upgrade our room since they were not full. The breakfast was acceptable and the staff was very pleasant. The location is very good for Moab. We did not have any issues the whole time.

We stay in Best Western hotels a lot while we travel, this one was one of the best. Our room was very large and the accommodations were excellent. The bathroom had a sink in the shower/toilet area and a separate one outside of that area. The breakfast area was different from other Best Western in that it was on the second floor and was quite large. It was very clean and had a staff person in the area the entire time. Great place to stay!

We stayed here in off season and loved this motel. It is right in the middle of downtown, so lots of restaurants in walking distance. We couldn't use the pool, but it is good sized and looks great for summer. There is a big hot tub that got a lot of use during our stay. Our king room had a separate area with sofa and desk. The bed was comfortable. There are TONS of outlets and USBs for plugging in electronics all over the room - including both sides of the bed. There is a large breakfast included (eggs, bacon, potatoes, burritos, salsas, spinach, cheese, fruit, waffle station, oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurts and more). Excellent coffee! There is a wrap around deck where you can eat your breakfast. And lots of indoor seating (including a counter that has all kinds of plug ins for electronics). There is plenty of secure bike storage. A nice workout room and laundry. This place has pretty much anything you need in a motel.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times. And it has always been our favorite place in Moab. One reason we love this place is the Hot tub. But after only five minutes in both my wife and I had to get out the chemicals were way too strong and it was burning our skin. My other issue was i felt the front desk was a little lacking in professionalism. Perhaps i am just holding this hotel to a very high standard based on all of our previous stays. We will definitely be back. But I do have to say with so many other choices. We now may be looking at staying at other places as well.

Recent stay was even better than before. The room was fantastic with leather coach and chair, super clean bathroom with excellent shower. I usually go to Moab to sleep in a tent or sleeping bag out in the open, but now I think I will use the BW Canyonlands as base camp! Wonderful breakfast and people too. 10 out of 10 with location being in the heart of downtown Moab.

My wife and I were traveling through Moab and chose to stay at the Best Western. We like Best Western Hotels, most seem a littler better than your average hotel. This best western was average. The rooms were average. They were comfortable and we slept ok. The continental breakfast was good but the area was confining and crowded. This made breakfast harried.

The hotel is super nice and in a great location. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help with matters in and out of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The facilities were very clean.

Weather had closed I 80 west of Cheyenne. We had to drop down to I 70 and had a last minute stop here. From the phone call to the front desk to the room, all was first rate. A long and difficult day morphed into a relaxing evening. One of the more beautiful motels I have ever stayed in. I look forward to a repeat stop.

Great family suite located across the parking lot on top of a local restaurant. The kitchenette has a nice sized fridge and freezer. The kids each got their own bed, which was worth the money for us! The extra sink outside of the bathroom made getting ready even easier. My favorite part was the fireplace! It helped dry our wet clothes, warmed the room, and was a nice way to thaw out after being out in the snow!

Excellent value hotel was well located, very clean and service was great. This is coming from a tough critic who has moved away from hotels and typically stay at Home away or VRBO. Delighted and surprised

We had a great time in this motel, it was our favorite on our recent Western vacation. The breakfast was first class but the pool on the small side. Not to worry, all the pools where we stayed (and perhaps all in Utah) were small and this one was still very nice. It was a little strange the way the half wall between the parking and rooms forced you to walk around it, or you could just jump it like the kids did. This arrangement may have been to protect the rooms from aggressive car parkers? When in Moab again we would stay in this conveniently located very nice place.

Front desk staff was very helpful and gave us a king upgrade. King roooms are very spacious. And downtown Moab is all around you. Year-round heated pool is a plus. Booked via Hotels.com and it instantly went through to the property.

Cute & quaint, wished we could've stayed longer in Moab, looked like a cool town but we were just passing through. Check-in was quick, nice staff! Rooms are big, we got 2 beds, it had a loveseat, coffee table and chair with ottoman. Flat screen TV, large counter space. Bathroom was split with sink then tub/shower, toilet and another sink which was nice while the other was getting ready. Nice fixtures and loved the toiletries! The hotel & room was very clean. The 2nd floor is the breakfast area, let me tell you it was the nicest FREE breakfast we've had, fresh, hot & cold options....yogurt and optional add-ins, hot oatmeal, assorted cereals, waffle station, assortment of mini muffins and breads to toast and jellies, huge crescent rolls, scrabbled eggs, omelettes, bacon, country potatoes, coffee, juices...it was really hopping in there and they were keeping it cleaned & picked up, the staff there were polite as well - we felt it was well deserved to leave some $ in the tip jar!! They have an Outdoor heated pool. Wish we would have had our suits to experience that, it was 30°out! We definitely want to come back for a longer visit someday!

Always great service, clean facilities and good breakfast. Coree at breakfast was working her tail off to make sure everyone had what they needed to have a good time. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say. Keep up the good work.

We stayed several nights while hiking in the area. The room was very spacious with an area with a couch and desk. Breakfast was adequate and tasty before hiking, staff at breakfast was very accomodating and friendly. Location is awesome. Can walk to almost everything downtown.

Room was clean and orderly even though it was not ready for check in when we have arrived at 2:00PM. They allowed us to organize our luggage in the lobby. I got my request regarding my room options, check out was easy with email confirmation. Breakfast needs some sort of selection on fruits and vegetables which was almost none.

Smiles go such a long way. · Quality like this absolutely needs personal glasses made out of glass in bathroom, ceramic cups with coffeemaker. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good and the people who work the breakfast were so sweet and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights and it was so comfortable. Great location too. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and to shops and quick drive to parks. It was the only city we traveled to in 14 days that had a state store to buy wine. Stock up here if you plan on going to other National Parks in Utah.

Our stay was so nice and comfortable.Notably, the bathroom was newly remodeled and the fixtures were not only clean, they were sparkling. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.We enjoyed sitting on the patio before going out to dinner in downtown Moab.

At the last minute we decided to stay in Moab to that we had another day to visit the national parks in the area. Moab is a relatively small town with LOTS of places to stay even though it doesn't look like it when you drive through the town. We were able to find this gem of a hotel on Priceline and have no regrets. The place was very clean, the staff at the front desk was more than informative and accommodating and they served an excellent free breakfast in the morning. Makes me think that I'll be looking at Best Western Plus hotels in the future.

We've been traveling for a week now and this hotel has been the best. Very nice clean rooms, beds, and bathroom. The breakfast area is about as good as any breakfast cafe. Breakfast attendants are very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food is hot and fresh.

I have stayed here multiple times. My sister, some friends & I come for the Thelma & Louise 1/2 marathon. My husband & I come for the shoulder season biking, running & hiking. It is consistently excellent. Everyone who works there is genuinely committed to making sure that their guests enjoy everything. Jessica, at the front desk, is awesome. Corrie (?) and everyone who puts out the extensive breakfast spread, the housekeepers and the maintenance workers alway greet you with a smile. I always look forward to my next stay there.

We stayed at the Best Western for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Moab and can be found just on the left heading north through Moab with loads of free parking space. Rooms are large, well furnished with tea/coffee facilities and a safe. There is a lovely outdoor pool with plenty beds and , breakfast is included in the price which is buffet style. There is no bar but plenty nearby. Definitely recommend.

This hotel was perfect. Large rooms, including a luxurious bathroom, great breakfasts and walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. The drive to Arches National Park was only minutes away. I would stay at a Best Western again any time!

Right in the middle of Moab, so very convenient for everything. We had a huge room and a very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The pool was lovely, even in the last week of September. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the guest laundry, which was equipped with modern washers and driers. Lots of guest parking. This hotel provided an excellent base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches.

Staff and accommodations were excellent. Great pool..great hot tub..great work out facility..great cookies. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and updated...and huge. We recently stayed at a Marriott and this stay was nicer!

From check in to check out the staff was awesome. The young lady at the check in desk was so patient and kind when I was getting the information I needed from my phone. The other young lady was helpful when I asked what restaurant had great burgers and was within walking distance, she gave a discount coupon and suggestion The Burgers were great! The breakfast was wonderful. The firepit on the deck was a great place to relax in the evening. Pool and hot tub were beautiful I can't wait to go back.

This is my daughter's favorite hotel in Moab - we've been taking her here for 18 years. The rooms are always amazing. Clean, modern, granite counters, spacious. Staff coming down to bicycle storage is always fast. The front desk is so helpful. On this trip they let us check out a day early due to a winter storm in the Rockies, we were so thankful but sorry to leave (thanks Quincy!). Corey in the breakfast area actually remembers our names year after year. Amazing hospitality, service, and memory all wrapped in one. She really makes our mornings and makes us smile. This hotel has a great breakfast experience - and plays an interesting DVD about the desert instead of news etc (much appreciated!). We will be back again and again. Can't wait until next time!

Arrived on a bus tour and spent two nights. The room was large and had all the amenities you would expect to find, plus a small couch and coffee table. The beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The hotel is back off the street a little and is very quite. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good selection of food and beverages. The Buffet staff were kind and helpful. I would be quick to recommend this hotel to anyone headed toward Moab.

We stayed 4 nights, and this is an upscale Best Western. Close to all dining and shopping in Moab, as well as three National and one State parks. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast bar is the best of any Best Western we've stayed at. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Has a good sized guest laundry and an adequate fitness room. We highly recommend this hotel!

Loved our experience, especially the front desk and restaurant staff. Especially wish to complete Coree, who greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast. This is also a great location, and found that we had dinner just around the corner both nights. Were grateful that laundry was available as well. Would highly recommend this hotel to all visiting in Moab.

Another great Best Western Plus hotel located in the heart of Moab and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices within walking distant of this hotel. Wonderful full breakfast buffet and extremely friendly folks in breakfast room. Each guest is greeted when they come in....nice touch. Would recommend if you are going to the National Parks. All kinds of rentals, bikes, cheeps,etc. readily available. Would recommend if you are planning a trip to these parks.

In total darkness for about 3 hours, a chance for people to panic but not here. The hotel staff handled everything so calmly. They had flashlights, water, anything you'd ask for ready. We loved the blackout however, I could see a few people were uneasy, but the staff kept them calm. Also, a huge shout-out to the breakfast attendant(which I have forgotten her name) was the most cheery, friendly, kind employee I have ever come across in this environment. Rooms were great, clean, updated. Pool was nice, huge hot tub area and right on the main street yet at the back of their property was a park and areas to explore in nature.

We stayed here during our phenomenal Grand Circle vacation in early October. There were four of us, (two couples) so we rented the Main Street Suite which had 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a small kitchen, comfy couch, and a little 4 chair kitchen table. It also had a private balcony towards the back and a shared balcony in the front entry. The place was beautiful! Comfy king bed in one room with a gorgeous full bath, and 2 comfy queens in the second bedroom also with a full bath. The place was clean, and perfectly located for what we needed. It included breakfast, and there was fruit and hot drinks available all day with a bonus of delicious chocolate chip cookies if you were lucky enough to grab them in the evening. We used the laundry facilities there and the area was very clean with up to date washers and dryers. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the fact that the suites are separate from the main hotel, so all the amenities (food, washer, dryer...) were located in a separate building which was a short walk through a parking lot. Also, there were no elevators to the suites, so to get to the suite, you had to go up an outdoor fire escape looking stairway (about 22 steps), which was inconvenient in that we had a huge amount of luggage to carry up there as our trip was a total of 11 days. Other than that, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others as long as you don't mind the steps!

We actually stayed here a few months ago now, but have only managed to review it! We originally booked a standard King but were given an upgrade at check in to a Queen Suite. This gave us some extra seating space in the room which was really useful (we didn't realise we wanted/needed it until we were given it - thank you BW). The room was pretty standard but, importantly, was kept clean and fresh - no complaints. We were on the ground floor near reception so could hear people walking by a lot - keep that in mind if you prefer total peace and quiet. Staff were great; very friendly and approachable and could answer any questions we had of the area. The location was very good. Moab is not big anyway, but this hotel was in the centre meaning it was a very easy walk to bars and restaurants nearby which made evenings a lot easier after spending all day out in the National Parks. Speaking of which, they are easily acessible from Moab - Arches around 15 minutes and Canyonlands around 30-40 minute drive. Breakfast was included and was again standard for the hotel type. It provided plenty of options - fruits, yoghurts, cereals and some hot options - eggs, bacon, potatoes etc (all savoury was very salty though). The breakfast area does include raised outdoor seating which was great first thing in the morning when it was a little cooler outside. All in all, a good all round hotel. I do feel hotels around the US are quite expensive for what you actually get but, knowing this, I would recommend and would stay here again.

Close to all the national parks and restaurants. Very nice upper floor outdoor seating for breakfast or a sunset evening with a bottle of wine or your favorite cocktail. Note that a portion of second floor requires stairs after exiting the elevator and could require additional assistance for luggage.

We stayed 3 nights here. First, the location is excellent, right in the center of town, close to restaurants. Second, the desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I needed some supplies and they directed me where to go, even on a Sunday. There is a lot of good stuff at this hotel: cold lemon water, filtered water in the lobby. Great swimming pool and whirlpool which was great after a hike, convenient laundry. The rooms are comfortable with 2 sinks, fridge, decent air conditioning. Hot showers and a good mattress are welcoming. My room was very quiet, facing the back parking lot. Oh yes- the breakfast: I've had Best Western breakfasts in the past, and these breakfasts were quite good with make your own waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, etc.. Again, the staff is very friendly and keep things fresh and filled. We liked to sit out on the veranda and sip our coffees. Overall, we had great time at this facility.

Located in the heart of Moab and close to Arches National Park, this Best Western was very pleasing. The room was far enough from Main Street to be quiet, but close enough that we could walk to that Main Street when we wanted to. The breakfast was a cut above in our opinion because they offered bacon on both mornings, something that does not happen consistently at some hotels that offer breakfast. Jennifer (Jessica?) and Quincy were both very helpful and pleasant. There is also a very nice outside deck on the second floor, and we spent a very pleasant evening there talking with a lovely couple from Great Britain. The parking lot was ample and convenient. The only drawback was that I thought the room was a little on the expensive side.

On an extended US road trip staying primarily at BW establishments. The BW Canyonlands is a very nice establishment centrally located. Nice to have laundry facilities available. Helpful staff. One of the best internet connections I have encountered in a hotel ever.

The stay at this Hotel was perfect! The people at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful with information while we were there. The staff in the breakfast area were so kind and attentive to your every need and very personable! The location was great to all the shopping and restaurants! Will definitely stay there when we go back to Moab!

Centrally located Moab stopover. Good rooms, great breakfasts with very helpful waitstaff, attentive front desk. It is very busy in season-as is all of Moab- but easy to walk to dinner spots and a short ride to the parks.

We booked this hotel several weeks in advance so that my sister and her husband who were traveling with us could spend time together. I called the hotel directly, and Jaime gave me excellent advice: Book the Main Street Suite which is above the restaurant. We arrived late in the afternoon, and we were assisted with our luggage because you must walk up twenty stairs to the room. We had a shared living space complete with kitchen, comfortable leather sectional, TV, and fireplace. There was no ice in ice maker, which should be advised upon check-in. Each couple had their own bedroom (one king and two queens) plus modern spotless en-suites. Our pillows, mattresses, linens, and towels were so comfortable! Each couple also had their own flatscreen TV. After our early evening drive through nearby Arches National Park and dinner at Papa J's Italian restaurant next door, we enjoyed our shared balcony to play cards and drink our cocktails. There was loud traffic noise from the motorcycles and trucks until after 10:00, which, of course, the hotel cannot control. The City of Moab should address this issue as the town is becoming a tourist Mecca. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked attractive and refreshing. The next morning the four of us enjoyed the included breakfast of burritos, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, coffee, and juice. The female and male attendants were friendly and attentive. Checkout was easy, and we appreciated the detailed, friendly suggestions about our routing. The ATM was out of money, but the manager on duty refunded my fee. We regretted that we had only one night to enjoy our lovely shared accommodations, but we will definitely stay here again when we return to the area next summer!

The staff was helpful and kind, this was our first Moab visit and they helped us find our way. the location downtown enabled us to walk to dinner and shopping. the hotel's pool was lovely, and we enjoyed it very much

Stayed three nights and visited several parks all within an hour driving but most closer than that. Room was fine nothing great but clean and maintained. However, rooftop breakfast among the canyon walls was great. The breakfast was well maintained and staff was outstanding. Next door restaurant Spokes was absolutely outstanding. Enjoyed the hotel and would go back for these reasons.

Better off staying a bit out of town at one of the newer hotels. This one is old and overdo for renovations . OurOroom smelled mustymand the AC was super loud .WiFi was basically unusable. Kept dropping.

We always expect a Best Western Hotel to be an up to date, clean facility that makes us comfortable and meets our needs but the BW Plus Canyonlands Inn definitely exceeded our expectations and needs. The hotel was beautiful, our room was large, well furnished and clean. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was great with a very good variety and fresh! The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay a great experience.

We did not have a reservation when we asked for a room. They were very friendly and found us a perfect room. As our plans changed, they quickly accommodated our request for additional nights. The staff in the breakfast room were the friendliest we have ever encountered. They greeted each customer as they came in for breakfast and chatted with them. The eggs were hot and fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast each morning. Very good experience.

Hotel was great. Very clean and fresh. Close to parks and right next to many good restaurants. Rooms were nice but beds a bit hard for me but after hiking all day we slept great!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel property and staff were excellent, especially breakfast room attendants. Lovely outdoor deck. Room rates higher than we would expect compared to other Best Western properties. Palm Desert was higher during the Indian Wells tennis tournament, but that included cooked to order full breakfast including omlets and shuttle to tennis venue.

The location was ideal for access to national parks and was close to dining and shopping. Walking distance for both. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a suite and it had no elevator access and staff carried our luggage up the stairs. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.

Needed a central location in Moab for a family vacation with a pool for the kids. This fit the bill perfectly. Pool is really nice, as is the hot tub. Rooms were quite clean and the beds were comfortable. Good breakfast options in the morning. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

During our 2 1/2 week vacation we stayed at several properties. This BW was one of our favorite properties! The BW is beautiful, well located, great seating areas around the property both inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, beautiful, great towels and comfortable beds. The pool is wonderful for an evening and morning swim. A nice variety for breakfast with a wonderful hot tea selection. Warm cookies in the evening really hit the spot. A great value for the price! You won't be disappointed.

Staying at the BW+ Canyonlands in Moab was going to be my last evening of a week-long bike trip. I had reserved the Presidential Suite (#236) as I had planned it was my last night on the road. However, I decided to add a day and enjoy the nearby National Parks. That's when the bad experience began. Not sure if it was because I interrupted the front clerk's cell phone time or because I had been riding since 7AM and looked grimy riding in on my bike, but not very welcomed. As she was checking me in, I asked about their vacancy the next night. I learned my room was already reserved the next evening. Since I had prepaid, I asked if I could just take a normal room and apply the difference and told that wasn't an option which was OK. What didn't make sense was when I just wanted to move to a regular room, with me absorbing the price difference, so that I didn't need to move my belonging twice and told that wasn't an option. I do not believe this wasn't possible as the hotel would actually make more money from me. This was a case of not wanting to do it in my opinion. Even though there were plenty of open rooms as she had shared, she was insistent that housekeeping would move my belongings while I was away the next day. Having had two bad experiences in the past at other hotels with housekeeping moving my belongings, I thanked her for the option and declined the offer. She was insistent that was the available option. Realizing that that point, I am getting no where I decided to wait to talk with the front desk team in the morning. The best part, being a top tier rewards member, she set a gift bag on the counter saying simply this is for you. Definitely not a pretentious person, but at least thanked for my loyalty to BW at every other property I have stayed. Again, I felt like an inconvenience.

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Chose this hotel to be our main stay for a couple of days. It was the perfect choice. Great beds. Fantastic decor. Excellent location. Truly a fantastic breakfast it was a little higher than my normal threshold. Worth ever penny. The staff was fantastic as well. I am a premium member and always check the reviews before I book.

This was our fourth time staying at the Best Western Canyonlands. The first time was back in 2004, when Moab was much smaller and there was less competition for hotel rooms. Now, it seems that every major hotel chain has set up a hotel in Moab. It is still very much worth it to stay at the Best Western Canyonlands. Great location right in the heart of downtown, good sized rooms, great pool, and ample breakfast all make it a great base for exploring all that Moab has to offer.

Inn was in the center of town making it a good location for trying to find a place to eat. Room was clean and comfortable. Inn staff were friendly and helpful. Inn provided ice water and cookies in the lobby. Would recommend going out early for dinner as restaurants get very busy and filled after 7PM.

We were on our way to Ogden, Utah. We chose to stay the night here for my free night with my points that I required. Beautiful little town beautiful hotel. Beds were a little stiff, breakfast was good the hostess was more than friendly and very gracious. Other than that good experience.

We just had 1 night in Moab and I chose Best Western Canyonlands from the website. It was a great choice. The Inn is easy to find right in the heart of Moab. The front desk was inviting and greeted me immediately. Our room was ready and conveniently on the first floor. We had been upgraded because of a promotion I wasn't even aware of (I was sorry we weren't staying longer!). The room was large and airy and very comfortable. It smelled as clean and fresh as it looked. The pool is open late and I was able to take advantage of it after we came back from dinner and shopping and sunset at Arches, just 10 short minutes away. And the breakfast was great! A good selection of cold and hot breakfasts. I think all of the residents descended on the breakfast at the same time. The hotel personnel were having a hard time keeping up but they never lost their good humor and continued to provide great service. My one complaint was the bed pillows, they have the square European style. I'm used to king pillows but that is a personal preference.

Jamie, (sorry I didn't get her last name) who works the front desk was outstanding. She was smiling the whole time while we asked questions. She was helpful, resourceful, & pleasant. She made us feel very welcomed. She could train staff how the front desk should be working.

The ladies in the front desk were very professional and knowledgable of the area. The workers in the breakfast room were pleasant and made sure we always had what we needed. Very ckean environment and the pool and jacusi was very pleasant. This hotel was very accesible to all of our excursions.

Excellent hotel which we return to year after year for our annual trip to Moab. Central location is wonderful and breakfast every morning is a wonderful bonus. We will keep returning to the hotel as long as the quality is maintained.

Stayed 1 night on a road trip and had a good evening. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Ours was right off the pool but there was no noise at all. Check in was quick and easy, staff pleasant and friendly. Good value if you book through a discount broker. Breakfast, the usual, pre-made omelettes, powdered scrambled eggs in about 1 inch of water, good bacon and terrible sausage, great potatoes.

What a gem! My husband & I booked a night at this hotel last minute (like 20 minutes before we got there) after an impromptu stop at Arches National Park. I was pleasantly surprised at the room size & convenient location! There are plenty of restaurants nearby & we opted to walk to dinner. The hotel itself is adorable, with a nice pool, hot tub, & outdoor lounging area overlooking the mountains! It was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. After a long, hot, dirty day of hiking, this place was exactly what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! Oh, and there was pretty legit breakfast included in the morning too!

I have to say that this place surprised me. We had a king suite overlooking the pool area which also had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room itself was nice and roomy and the bathroom had two sinks. Comfortable beds and good pillows. The breakfast area was super nice and the food was great. The staff there was very quick to help with whatever you needed. They have outside eating with a view. Hard to beat that. The price was a little higher than what I thought it should be compared to other hotels there in Moab. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The only negative I have is that the room had no microwave.

My husband and I stopped at the Best Western in Moab for one perfect day! The hotel was conveniently located in the center of the cutest town of Moab. We quickly regretted only planning one day's stay here. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and Arches National park is a short 10 minute drive away. The hotel was great, beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. The pool looked great, however were didn't get to use it. I would definitely recommend and we would love to return for a longer stay.

We stayed here one night while visiting the local National Parks and will definitely return. Check in went efficiently. The room was the cleanest we've had on our 12 day roadtrip. Even the couch was cleaned. I wish we could've stayed at this hotel every night! Breakfast was perfect and eating out on the patio was a perfect start to a day. The location is perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants. This property easily beats most Premier Best Westerns.

Spent three nights here in June. Not much to say except the whole experience was excellent. The room/beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were fantastic - nothing to complain about.

Pool not like picture. Very small and little seating. We were unable to use on 95 deg day. Disappointed as we picked hotel based on the views of the pool. Ground floor room was noisy. Not worth the expense.

BW Plus Canyonlands had spacious rooms, a very nice breakfast buffet, a pool and friendly staff. It is conveniently located in central Moab in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms were quiet with a fridge, comfortable bed and nice amenities.

We were very pleased with the quality of our stay at this Best Western in Moab. We were able to pick up dinner from a food truck park nearby and eat it on their beautiful upstairs patio deck. The breakfast was delicious and the ability to eat outside on their beautiful patio made it even better. They have great washers and dryers along with a change machine in the laundry area. We were extremely delighted with this stay.

The hotel is very nice. Nice firm mattresses in the room. The breakfast area and breakfast area staff were the highlights. The staff was so kind and nice to me. The food was very good. Thank you so much!

The hotel has the perfect location right in the center of Moab with restaurants, tour companies, and shops in walking distance. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, meeting every need and the whole place is incredibly clean. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after spending our days exploring Arches and Canyonlands. The breakfast was one of the best we've encountered with fresh hot offerings as well as Belgian waffles and fresh fruit. Our family of four highly recommends the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn.

One of the best Best Western Plus I have ever stayed at. The staff was courteous, efficient and so helpful with suggested restaurants in the area. And you can't beat the location as it's right in the middle of the business area with all the restaurants and shopping. The pool, spa, exercise room and laundry facility on site are everything you need while in Moab. And don't miss the breakfast. Stayed three days and a little variety in the offerings. Excellent quality and great staff attending to you needs there. This is the place to stay!

The staff, location, & rooms were excellent! The only probably we had was getting our luggage to our room because of stairs! A ramp may solve this problem! I would not hesitate to stay here again!, or recommend to friends!

We arrived just before 2pm to check in and were able to get our room at 2pm, which was great after our journey so that we could get settled. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the pool, which was very relaxing. We had one of the suite rooms, which had a sitting area with a settee and easy chair. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a reasonably sized bathroom (not sure why there was a sink in both the bathroom and the lobby, though, as this reduced space in the bathroom). The pool area is a huge asset to the hotel and is a great place to spend some time taking it easy, which we also enjoyed in the evening, particularly as there are two hot tubs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of town with everything very close by and plenty of dining options on the doorstep. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice and the option of sitting outside on the terrace, which we could not resist. Whilst it is not a cheap hotel, it was definitely worth it and provided good value for money.

I realize we were tired at the end of each day and probably could have slept anywhere, but we were glad to come back here. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was warm and friendly, The breakfast at the hotel each morning offered pancakes, waffles, cereals, eggs, bacon, juices just a wide variety of items and the best thing was you could grab a table outside and enjoy the cool morning air. When you stay at this location you are in downtown Moab so you can wander around in the evening, shopping, checking out restaurants. The hotel left some menus in the room for us and we didn't even have to walk a block to find a winner. I loved Moab.

We stay here frequently. Since our last visit, they got new mattresses. They are poor quality. They used to have the Denver pillow top mattresses, and they were amazing. They changed them out for the mattresses in a box off the internet. I sadly will not be coming back here anymore. The staff is great, the pool is great, but ultimately it is all about the beds. No one wants to come back after a day of hiking, biking, or climbing with a crap bed to sleep in. It ruins the experience when your back hurts.

We're doing a long road trip and we've had a serious problem in a hotel (not a Best Western). We arrived in Moab after 300 miles of travel. The travel agency had reserved a room for us in another hotel for three nights. In Moab they give us a room that does not correspond with the reservation, I ask if it is possible to change it and they give us two other dirty rooms. The girl at the reception makes me talk on the phone with a person who says he is the general manager. This person, extremely aggressive and certainly drunk or drugged, tells us to leave his hotel otherwise he calls the police. He threatens us and we find ourselves at 7 pm without a room. Impossible to communicate with the travel agency in France because of the time difference. With my smartphone I look for a Best Western and we get to the Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn. We are still in shock and we are received by Mrs Desirae. I tell her "we have a problem" and Desirae listens to us and immediately tells us that "at Best Western the problems are over". She listens to us tell our story and takes us to a room. The room is very nice and clean and we immediately feel that the anger and tension of the bad experience are dissipating. Desirae does everything to make us feel good, I give her my Best Western Rewards card and she offers us a nice price with an upgrade. We stay three nights and everything is perfect. The room is nice and clean, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. All the girls on the front desk are nice and give good advice on restaurants and tourist information. Mrs Coree at breakfast is a super nice person and makes us feel at home. I would like to let you know that we were lucky enough to happen to a boorish, rude and dangerous person in another hotel, to get to the Best Western Plus Canyonlands. I would like the general manager to congratulate all the staff and I would like him/her to congratulate Mrs Desirae on the front desk and Mrs Coree on the restaurant. They are two angels. We were treated very well, as should all customers in a real hotel. Congratulations to all the staff ! Mr RS

If this review was just for the staff, it would be 5 stars. They are professional, generous, and really top notch. So why the 2 stars? There were two main problems: the noise and the moths. There was a moth outside my room that attacked me every time I stepped out of my room. I dreaded leaving because I knew it was out in the hallway waiting for me. Even worse, I found a different moth *in my room* (yuck!). I understand moths are a part of the ecology here. But the moth in the hall was there for my entire two night stay. How long had it been there and why didn't anyone try to kill it? In addition, I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. Because my neighbors were talking loudly, I couldn't fall asleep until well past midnight. This was a major problem because I had to get up early in the morning. I ended up being totally exhausted. I eventually called the front desk to complain and they handled it wonderfully (again, the staff here is great). I am very surprised by the good reviews here. To me, the moths alone are reason enough to not stay here again.

The hotel is clean and has a wonderful view of the valley and Main street from the top terrace.The pool area is very well kept with a decent sized hot tub. Our room was a great size. We took our daughter and we didn't fell like we were stepping over each other. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was clean. The bonus sink area was nice.

My husband, 4 year old and myself stayed here on a quick overnight stay on our way from Arizona to home in Colorado. We wish we had longer, and would definitely return and stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent (right by Pasta Jays, which we have in Boulder, CO) and situated on main street. The pool area looked super inviting, although we did not hop in since it was March and still a bit chilly. We especially liked the continental breakfast in the morning - many choices for hot foods and cold. The staff in the breakfast room were highly attentive - it was just what we needed to fuel up for some exploring and our long drive back to CO. One thing I will mention is that there was no closed off business center (there are, however, two computers in the lobby)- I needed to take a conference call for work and did so at a table outside by the pool. I was told by staff that the library (?) would be completed soon, so maybe this feature will be available in the future.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights here over our 10 day Utah trip. We found all aspects of this property to be outstanding. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast always had eggs, potatoes and bacon plus waffles. The ladies who tend the breakfast room are very attentive and helpful. They keep everything well stocked and clean the tables as soon as someone leaves. We stored our luggage at the hotel during our raft trip as they have a large bicycle/luggage storage room so keep this in mind if you are going on an overnight adventure like a raft trip. Also the lobby has a water bottle filling station which really helps start your day as you need to stay hydrated in the national parks. The hotel is also within walking distance to many restaurants. We highly recommend.

Great location in town. You're right across the street from the visitors center where you can get all the info you need plus you're walking distance to to some great restaurants - Pasta Jay's, Peace Tree, Zax. Everything is in easy walking distance and the rooms are comfortable. Great breakfast bread with all the fixin's. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel! Super nice, super comfortable! Great beds! Super fancy and felt like a luxury hotel but still reasonable, especially here, I mean, this is Moab, there's a hundred things to do so all anyone really wants is a comfortable quiet place to crash. This is WAY more than that! Breakfast was GREAT! Very good staff making sure as busy as it was, there was plenty for everyone. The pool looked nice but I didnt get to it. LOVE the whole pergola look! Ill be staying here from now on when in this awesome little town.

We stayed at this Best Western for 4 nights ! I think one of the Best of the Bests! It is located In the heart of downtown Moab. Minutes from Arches and near by canyonlands. It offers Large spacious bedrooms, with refrigerator, bicycle parking in the basement (roll in), a beautiful pool with a large and small hot tub, lobby computers, Tesla parking, clean laundry facility and so much more. The breakfast area has a bit of everything: indoor & outdoor seating offering: scrambled eggs,little omelettes, oatmeal, cereal,fruit,waffles,bacon,potatoes, yogurt and more.The staff is polite, kind and courteous. While enjoying breakfast the tv shows a video of the area, Canyonlands, Arches, Bryce, etc. From arrival (Quincy) to departure we were greeted with smiles by all staff (housekeeping, Reception, breakfast staff and even the team in the basement (laundry/maintenence). This hotel runs as a fine oiled machine. Great job! We will definitely be back! A MUST STAY!

I recommend this hotel for service and great condition. They were very efficient and helpful at all times. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The parking was more than adequate.

This Best Western was conveniently located downtown within walking distance to restaurants and shops and free parking. It was impeccably clean with immaculate laundry facilities on the lower level! The King suite was comfortable and very spacious-and we enjoyed having two sinks/ one in the bathroom and one outside the bedroom! There was a nice sitting area, a large desk area, flat screen TV and an Unstocked mini fridge. This hotel offers a lovely hot/cold breakfast, a fitness room, outdoor pool and hot tub and free coffee and tea and flavored water in the lobby along with minimum toiletries, snacks and drinks for sale in the quiet lobby. The front desk is always attended with helpful and friendly staff eager to give info on restaurants and sightseeing. We had a very relaxing, quiet and pleasant stay! The ovation is conveniently assessable to the Canyon-lands and Arches National Parks . The place was immaculate and Angel is pleasant and does an amazing job helping guests operate the machines in the laundry room and keeping the laundry room spotless and IMMACULATE! Very impressive! Kudos to the staff especially Angel!!

My wife & I were on a National Park tour and stayed at this BestWestern. The front desk person was very informative about places to eat. Zak's pizza is just down the block and very good. Nice rooms and great water pressure. Very large hot tub and outdoor heated pool Will definitely stay here again when in Moab, UT.

Stayed at Best Western Plus Canyonlands Inn on May 3rd this year and it was such a great place to stay. Easy access to everything...shopping, restaurants, things to do,etc. The place is so clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We'll be sure to stay there each time we go back to Moab.

This hotel has it all: breakfast outside on the terrace with 360 degree views, great location where all of central Moab is walkable, clean and comfy rooms, spacious bathrooms with textured towels, recycling& environmental policies, bike repair and storage, laundry facilities, reading/reception area, snack & supply nook, and best of all, lovely people to welcome you. I was traveling with two people with special needs, and the staff upgraded us to a suite/room near all the facilities we needed -- I didn't even have to ask. Very accessible hotel.

You couldn't ask for a more perfect experience. Great location and all of the staff were so nice and caring. The hotel is beautiful and you are in the perfect location close to great shopping and restaurants.

The whole experience was just fine with a great location for doing things downtown. Very clean rooms. Only issue was price. We moved on to much better amenities at a different location another night for $100 less in town. You're getting 3 star hotel at a 5 star price during weekend events and we didn't want to join a membership just to save money. Insane amount of money for one night overlooking the parking lot at ground level.

Moab area is rugged but wonderful...this inn is adequate+...Moab is a great town with plenty of p[laces to stay, eat,visit...but, plan in advance! be sure to visit both Arches and Canyonlands ... it will take an extra day, but worth it!
