Antares Hotel Concorde, BW Signature Collection, Milan

Such a lovely stay! The Hotel is located in a convenient position, near the tram station. Very kind and helpful personnel. Perfect cleaning. After a very busy day it has been regenerating to relax in this beautiful scenario. Totally recommend!

We had a really pleasant time at.this hotel. They made our stay very comfortable. Talking about the breakfast , they had a fast variety of options and overall a very hospitable environment. Check in and check out were smooth and quick.

Upon checkin we had a very post experience with the front desk staff and had the opportuntiy to meet the Director, Steffano. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the street. The room was spotless, the housekeeping stay did a wonderful job every day refreshing the room. Really, the entire hotel was spotless and everything was in order. Breakfast had many choice for both the American and Italian palate. The metro stop was one block away and is the gateway to all of Milano. We have a great experience.

It is a nice facility that I would definitely recommend. You should definitely stay on your business or private trips at this hotel. Breakfast, room service and other details are very nice. I would definitely choose it again on our next trip.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, excellent hygiene, comfortable rooms ... Metro 50m from the hotel, and a supermarket that is open 24h in 2 steps from the hotel.I'll be back to this hotel for sure!!!

Good location, close to the metro. Welcoming staff, fast checkin. Our room was nice. Shower was very small. Tea/coffee making facilities which was great. Breakfast was okay. Cappuccinos were delicious (I could really do with one right now).

We were in room 501, it was a large room by Italian standards and well appointed. Breakfast has the usual cereals, cakes, yoghurt and breads with ability to order the coffee you like. Our room was very clean and had kettle for hot drinks and mini bar. Two lifts, both small but easy to use. It's a long walk from the centre but ideally located for the red metro line to get to all the main areas and other lines. The metro stop is yards from the hotel. Leave the mentor at the exit for Viale de Monza (I think) and turn left to go up hill. We used the metro every day till late. No problems except Friday which seemed to bring out the people that hang around ticket machines in Europe these days.

Stayed at the family suite, very spacious. Excellent service throughout our stay,I would definitely recommend this place and also be visiting again. The metro is nearby and is easy to use. The staff are very helpful.

Great location,easily assessible to Metro station (short walk), and 10mins metro to Duomo. Also has a supermarket right next door which is ideal! The hotel is very clean and although the decor is slightly dated, it is nothing to complain about - especially for the price you pay. We spent 2 nights over a weekend in January 2020. Only bad points would be that the heating is turned up extremely high which made our first night very uncomfortable because we arrived late and so although we turned it off, the room did not have time to cool down. The shower cubical is extremely small in room 109 and I am not a large person, so it would be a bit tight for a bigger person. But the shower itself is of extremely good quality. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we never faced any problems during our stay.

Antares Concorde is well located and easily assesable to Metro station which is hardly 100 meters away. The hotel is very clean and staff was very good and polite. We spend 3 nights and it December 2019. We had complimentary breakfast which was pretty good and the staff at the breakfast was very polite and always had a smiling face which is a good start for the day. All the 3 days we had city tours and we never spend the day in the hotel nor could not use the restaurants. The lift is quite small and however manageable. The shower cube in the toilet is quite small and is a bit tight for a big person. The rooms and bed was very clean and we never faced any kind of problems in our stay. We really enjoyed the stay.

We spent two nights at this hotel. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the Tuoro Metro station for easy access into Central Milan and the train terminal. We had a non-smoking room. Breakfast was included in our accommodation package and it was very nice, with a reasonable variety of food on offer, from cereals to cooked food. Staff always asked if we would like coffee each morning. The only negative was the very tight parking and the procedure to get an area C parking ticket from the book/magazine shop at the metro station. At least the hotel staff were kind enough to ring through to validate our parking.

Stayed Friday & Saturday for 2 nights in November, to reach the hotel we used the Metro Red Line to Turro, the hotel is no more than a 2 minute walk from the Metro, the outside looks fairly modern, however, the Reception/Lounge area looks a bit dated, the front of desk staff were very welcoming & polite with a fast and easy check in process. We made our way to our room and used the lift, if you have large pieces of luggage it could prove a struggle as the lifts are quite small, our room was on the 4th floor (410) with room entry by card which you place on the touch pad beside the door, the room faced on to the main road outside the hotel, however, there was very little or no noise at all, the room was nice & warm, clean, neat & tidy as was the bathroom & shower that included complimentary toiletries, the shower cubicle could prove a tight squeeze for larger people. The bed was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a pretty good nights sleep, 7we booked breakfast for our stay, this included Continental & hot items, there is also the facility to make your own pancakes, there was something for everyone. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Currently staying here for a trip with my mum and sister. The hotel is really easy to get to, we got a taxi from centrale station and it was only €10 total for 3 of us. Check in was quick and easy and the woman checking us in was very friendly. We booked a triple room and got exactly that, beds were comfy, room was spacious. Our room faces the street outside the hotel, the streets are fairly quiet at night, and the noise that we do hear isn't loud at all. There is a 24hr supermarket 10 seconds from the hotel. The metro is a minute across the street. For breakfast there was plenty to choose from- hot food such as scrambled eggs, bacon sausage etc, to pastries cereals pancakes and plenty of juices and fruits. Every staff member we've encountered couldn't have done enough for us, gave us the best advice in terms of routes and transport for our trip to como and Verona! Easy access to central Milan. Michele at reception was very friendly and helpful . The rooms have USB charging ports beside each bed. We really can't fault the hotel - We had read a few bad reviews of this place and now that we're here I think those people were in a different hotel! I honestly can't pick one bad thing about this place. So if you're coming to Milan stay here! Away from overpriced hotels in the centre but close enough that you can travel to the centre in 10 minutes.

Staying here just now and I have to be honest was a bit worried after reading some reviews. I emailed ahead requesting a non smoking room. As I read some reviews saying the room smelt of smoke. This was provided, for me. Our room was clean and comfortable although a little warm. But we choose just to open a window problem solved. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and have been on hand answering the typical tourist questions. The area doesn't look the best at first glance, but we encountered no issues, great cheap supermarket next door. And easy to travel into the center of Milan, public transport aplenty and on time and constant. We didn't eat in the hotel can't comment on the food. Only complaint I would have and its a small one. The bath plug seemed slightly to small for the bath, so of course the water just drained away. The shower was great although my Daughter prefers a bath so was an inconvenience for her. Great hotel, does exactly what it says on the tin. Excellent staff couldn't do enough for you. So overall a nice pleasant four days in Milan, home tomorrow.

Good value The food was good on a half board offer holiday Very nice staff will stay here again .€2 on red line to Duomo buying a 90 minute subway ticket there is a supermarket next door if you need anything .would recomend using aircon in room dont leave the window open as mosquitos got in our room and we got bitten so close the window after dark Lovely room very clean hope to stay there again

Stayed here for one night passing through Milan. Hotel was nice and clean, comfortable bed and in a decent location (just a few stops on the metro from the station). Would definitely stay here again for the price

Hotel were really helpful. Helped us book Juventus as we could not understand the website. They had gluten free options at breakfast which was perfect for my gluten free boyfriend. 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a 24 hours supermarket. Overall lovely staff and lovely stay. Found the bed not the most comfy and the room only had 1 plug charge point in the room so bring a extension lead. We had dinner inculded which had lovely food and was different each night Please install USB charge points.

Beautiful hotel located close to the metro, friendly staff and overall great experience. Would recommend if you looking to stay close enough to the shopping areas but out of the busy inner city. Rooms are spacious and clean

We've booked the hotel for 2 nights. It's cosy and worth the money paid. Located close to Turro metro station. It was a clean room in a classic style with a mini bar, TV with a lot of channels in different languages, toiletries, A/C, safe. In case you don't have the breakfast booked in advance, you may pay additional EUR 8 per person and get it. The breakfast has a lot of options: cereals, granola, corn flakes, which can be taken with natural yogurt, 2 or 3 types of salami, cheese, feta, small sausages, croissants, bread, juices etc. I wouldn't recommend to take the coffe. We chose the Best Western hotel primarily for the brand name, we spent 5 night in total there. The hotel itself is just 2 minutes walk from the metro station of Turro and about 15 minutes by metro from the centre. Nothing inspiring around the local area, although a very large supermarket is next to the hotel that stays open until almost midnight. Our room was very Italian decorated with distinct wallpapers which were to our liking, it was very quiet with strong wifi signal. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of sufficient number of sockets to charge our gadgets which was a shame. Our room had European sockets only so an adaptor is a must if you travel from, say, the UK. The receptionists deserve an award for being super helpful. My hat is off to Mario who was our main point of contact. Not to forget, the breakfast was great, our favourite food was the warm stuff, especially the freshly made pancakes! Recommendable.

With the tram just outside the door that stops in central Milan, it can't be any easier. The hotel is located slightly outside of tourist areas and therefore the surroundings are Italian. Good food and cafes in the area. Recommendable.

Location of the hotel is not good. Rooms average, need updating, shower door hanging off, curtain blinds taped up with duct tape.! Breakfast was okay, cold as usual with food abroad. The bar did not open until late afternoon. Surrounding area full of undesirables loitering the streets, The very few bars surrounding the hotel were filled with locals who were intimidating (especially to females) therefore, we did not venture out on an evening once back from a day in Milan or day trip. The hotel is at least 20 min away by tube, tube lines not easy to read as no English signs, I would not return to this hotel

The location doesn't offer much though you have a Carrefour nearby and some great local breakfast places to go for. The overall quality of the hotel is good and it is good value for your money. It is also quite close to the underground.

Although we booked for a quadruple standard for a night at this hotel from January (without being asked smoking or non-smoking), we were given a smoking room. With two young children, I felt this was unacceptable and should have been thought of by the staff as our reservation indicated that there were children (ages 9 and 5) in the reservation (again, a reservation that was made in January). However, Larisa the receptionist immediately accommodated us in another room (albeit smaller, but for one night, whatever). Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and the train is a minute away.

this hotel is very nice the area is very pleasant. rooms are neat and tidy situated next to supermarket if you are traveling on a budget the takeaways that are within walking distance is a lot more affordable than the hotel restaurant. You will be close to some of the most popular sites . they were really sticklers for book in times.

Metro station only 5 min walk. Good breakfast,good choise of fruits and caskes,clean room and bathroom. Very good restaurants nearby ,the New Friday and Ama Sushi Fusion Restaurant. The stuff was polite and checked us quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my friends! Perfect location at the best price. 2 Min walk to metro and bus stops, 24/7 convenient store next to the hotel, banks and restaurants just next to each other. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Breakfast has so many choices! Perfect stay which makes our Milan tour wonderful experience.

Very good experience. Hotel is located near M1 station which is a main metro line for visitors, short ride from Duomo, near Milan Centrale. Staff polite and very efficient checked us in early and our room was ready. Clean and spacious room and very good equipped bathroom. The only complaint we had is about the breakfast - we come down at 8am first day and it was a little stale already as nobody was attending to the food. The second day the food was not fresh in the hot deli department, moste likely reheated feom previous day. Coffee and pastries were delicious tho. We could leave our bags after checking out as this is very important for our trips, I mentioned it here. There is 24 h shop just outside of the hotel for water buying purpose as we visited when temperatures were around 33 degrees. Overall very positive visit.

Imagine, when you decide to take a couple of days off and do a city break with your family. Sure, many of us go to Tripadvisor and look for recommendations. That's what I sometimes do, too. Usually, it works ok, and the hotels we pick are just about what we expect. But not this time. Having read all the 'positive' comments about this place, we booked it without a doubt. But after our stay there, I have a feeling I was cheated. So. Dear travelers, be aware. The worst Best Western Antares. Location - ugly, dirty streets (empty bottles, plastic, pieces of rotten food around), homeless people relaxing right nearby, spreading the scent; very busy and loud street. Parking is rediculous - some sort of a tiny narrow cave around the corner, we managed to park our big car after, like, 10 attempts. The Family room we took was big, but needs repairs - eg, the wallpaper is falling off, broken safe, fake leather chairs have cuts. The bed sheets were damp - quite unpleasant to lie down, Now, our main disappointment.One small window was not sound proof, so we did not sleep the whole night, as our room was on the second floor,facing the busy street. Crazy loud motorcycles and cars every minute the whole night- we felt like we were just sitting outside. The staff was not helpful at all, moreover, the receptionist after all said it was our problem - we chose to stay in this room, and there's nothing he could do. Breakfast was a cherry on the cake of this nightmare. Located underground, like some bunker, without a window, it looked like some old cheap canteen. First five minutes we spent looking for any sign of food - finally found pots with tasteless green sausages and white play-doh looking (and tasting) pancakes. I can't even comment on the watery juices and cheap instant coffee they offer with all this delicacy.. Should I say that we didn't risk to eat there and went to get some jogurts in the shop later? From now on we will try to avoid any BW in any place of the world.

Lovely clean room. Really good breakfast. Two excellent restaurants within a five minute walk (Gemelli). Metro train station only a 5 min walk and very easy to use. Sightseeing bus was really nice. Duomo was spectacular and really worth going up to the roof. Monumentale cemetery was amazing as it was full of extravagant family tombstones including the Campari family's Last Supper tombstone.

unfortunately it is a bit outside the center area of Milan, but the hotel acceptable for short trips. subway nearby the hotel. the room (single room) was not very big but also acceptable. clean room and bathroom. breakfast variety should be improved.

We enjoyed our stay , the staff were decent especially Rossanna who was very helpful . Would of been a five but advertises that bar and restaurant open 11 am till 12 pm but while we was there was only open evenings. Room was nice , clean and comfortable. Would stay again

The hotel is good. It is good to go to the subway. The rooms and suites of the hotel are covered with carpet. This is harmful to people with respiratory allergies. The bathroom is small. And the old bath equipment is, for example, the shower was rusted. But in general, the hotel is good. And it's very good in terms of location. A great store and metro station near the hotel.City tax is expensive about 5 Euro for one person.

Nice very clean, modern hotel close to a supermarket, metro station, and a river with a few parks. There is free parking and very good free Wi-Fi. In the rooms there was a save, but it wasn't screwed to anything so you could walk off with it and the window didn't open, but the AC unit worked very well as a replacement to it.

Very good location,next to the metro station,a few stops from the city center. Good breakfast, good coffee,fresh fruits and croissonts. Very clean rooms .No problem with wi-fi. I am visiting Milano for the second time in this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location and with a metro station just minutes walk away it perfect for exploring the great city of Milan. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and was as good as my 1st visit. Staff very friendly and despite us being early for check-in the front of house staff soon got us a room. Check in was super easy, small city tax to pay of 5 euro per night. The room was absolutely spotless and cleaned daily, the maid did lots of lovely finishing touches! Breakfast included was fab, there is a pancake maker which is sooooooo good! The central station is approx a 30 min walk away or approx 12 euros in a taxi, reception will book taxis for you. There is a mini bar in the room with reasonable prices. I also had drinks at the restaurant bar, very good measures! Stupidly, on the last night I left my handbag + passport in a taxi which dropped me at the hotel!! The reception staff were so helpful and tracked it down for me! Cannot thank them enough for what they did for me!! Would absolutely stay again! :)

Lovely hotel, check in easy and staff friendly and told us everything about the hotel gave us a map of the area and suggest restaurants in the area. The room was spotless complimentary tea and coffee which is replenished daily. Mini bar at a charge but not bad prices. Breakfast was amazing fried breakfast, cold meats and cheeses, pancake maker which was AMAZING with continental breakfast on top. Staff at the hotel was so good to us, my friend left her bag in a taxi and they went out there way to track it down and get it back to us. Reception team was amazing and can't thank them enough for what they did for us. Arranged taxis as and when we needed them and took shopping to room for us. Location was a short walk to metro or €10 to centre. Would 100% stay again.

This hotel was above standard. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful in giving us direction on how to use the trains and places to visit. It was central to a supermarket, and eateries.

The hotel is nice, not perfect but it's clean. Most staff are friendly. The room was made up every day and towels replaced. The shower flooded the floor so we had use towels to soak it up. The street noise could be a problem if your a light sleeper. A main road out the front and the Italians like to use their horn, frequently! We never ate food here as a few restaurants are close and much cheaper. We had 2 baileys and a bottle of beer, it was €19, bit pricey. I wouldn't fancy trying the mini bar! And don't forget city tax, you pay that also. The metro is close and it's easy to use after a few goes on it, with loads of metro stations to get on and off at.The supermarket is next door to the hotel and is handy. Overall the hotel was nice and I would stay here again.

Located in Viale Monza, just few metres away from Turro Metro, it is just outside Milan centre, however only around 10-12 minutes from Duomo by metro. I visit Milan regularly and normally stay at Atahotel, just few metres away from this hotel. I love the area since its not as chaotic and rooms and hotels are better standards that similiar value in more central area. Having found Atahotel expensive for the days I was visiting, I searched for hotels in same area, and I have no regrets in booking here. Rooms are well sized, clean and you can get a comfortable sleep. Wi-fi connection is very good, breakfast fine, many shops surrounding you, and also a supermarket next door. Bathroom was clean and included a shower. On the negative side, the blinds did not work, so we were limited with daylight since blinds were almost pulled down, we informed the person who came to do the room in the morning but she didn't seem to care, staff can be much better. The biggest drawback is the electrical sockets, there's not enough and not next to bed. When abroad and you need to charge fast while still using the devices, it's not ideal. Will stay again at this hotel, with a little more attention to detail, it will be much better.

We were here for 3 nights. We had never been to Milan before. The hotel is in a rather unappealing part of the city. Luckily there is a train station very close by and only a quick ride into the Duomo area which is divine! The rooms are spacious. The bathroom was a bit of an eyesore unless you are a fan of the colour orange! The light in our bathroom didn't work. We arrived on a Saturday and the woman at reception told us it would be fixed on Monday. We had to push for another room. How were we meant to use the bathroom in the dark? Finally we did get another room. The staff at reception weren't very helpful. We asked about transport to factory outlets and she just kept saying that they couldn't do anything to help us. We worked it out for ourselves in the end. The breakfast was okay. The buffet is in a massive room and again the staff let this hotel down.

This is a great hotel with amazing price. Checking in was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Victorian decor room. Nearby to the train station that will bring you straight to the city center. Carrefour is just beside the building too. The bilnd in the room need to be replace though

Nice comfortable hotel. Had a spacious room with very good facilities. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Plenty of shops nearby and Metro very close. Easy to get to all the main attractions. Left very happy.

clean, 100m from metro, nice room area, excelent toilet and bath, some old fasion look of the rooms and corridors, bad quality of the doors. i will choose again to stay for sure. the area is quiet and there is a 24/7 market byside of the hotel.

Firstly, this hotel was amazingly priced for the standard that it keeps. The staff were very helpful, and I don't speak Italian but this did not matter as all the staff spoke good English. The breakfast had variety from ham,cheese,cereal but also had bacon,eggs,sausages as well as a large variety of fruits and juice to choose from as well. We chose the breakfast option as this was not expensive and we were pleasantly surprised. There is also a 24 hour market next door which was handy and although you are close to a busy street, once the window was closed there was not a single noise. The metro is a 2 min walk away and is on the red line which connects you to the centre of Milan, makes life a bit easier. Although this hotel is not in the best area of Milan I prefer to see some of the true parts when on our city breaks as long as there is a metro close by for ease of travelling. Good food, quality staff and rooms are of high quality. Be amazed by their power shower and digital toilet system.

Hotel was lovely and clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast wasn't great but for the price we paid, we weren't bothered! Our room was lovely decorated but the bathroom was very small with no bath! The location was the best bit. Just up from the metro. We got to travel all over Milan for a pittance. I would definitely recommend this hotel x

We had a quadruple room, 2 x singles and a double for our family of four. Room was spacious with air con, fridge, kettle and powerful shower. Underground station 1 minutes walk and a large supermarket next door. Also had a gym that was free to use. We got a great deal and would recommend.

This is obviously one of the Best Western chain of hotels. To my mind it is a rather dated hotel decor is being very dark timbered and dark red decorations and is reminiscent of the 60s. The rooms are adequate in size sufficient for a double bed two chairs table bar Etc etc. The bathroom is quite small, and the shower even smaller. However, they are suitable for the purpose. For a tourist this is not a well positioned hotel. It is located approximately 30 minutes away from the city centre by a cab, or about 15 minutes by Metro. The overall area is untidy, the buildings are drab and in some cases poorly maintained. It is not the best area in Milan by any means. The service we received on check-in provided all the information we needed, however it was done in a very perfunctory manner, almost reading from a script . When we got to our room we found we had been allotted a smoking room, something we had definitely not ordered: the room reeked of cigarettes. On informing reception we were told that we could change rooms simply by going back down to the foyer collecting a new room entry card and going to the new room five floors higher . It is only a small thing, but I wonder is a hotel with a good PR ethic would have delivered the card to new room to the guest?

+Good location. Not in center of the city, but near by subway. You need only 15 minut to get to Duomo. + Clean room with comfortable big bed + Good staff, fast check-in, check-out - Shower cabin is not big. No bathrobes.

Having paid very little for this hotel I was not expecting very much but to my surprise the hotel was very clean and very well presented. The reception staff could not do enough for our duration even managed to get us tickets for the game on Thursday. When I return to Milan I will definitely be staying back here. The added bonus of the supermarket next door was fantastic. Did not eat in the restaurant so can not comment on the food.

This hotel was a great find after some of the very “compact” rooms we have had in our last 6 hotels in Italy The staff were fantastic especially the Breakfast staff who joked with us and our confusion with the Italian language The room 301 was fantastic and clean and the bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of Bed This two night stay was too short and I can't remember a time on this trip when we didn't want to leave.

Spent 2 nights here for my girlfriend's birthday. We had a lovely, clean room with large amount of space. The hotel is located right next to Milan Metro Line 1 (Turro), so it was very easy to get around.

We stayed here for 2 nights, while the room was nice and clean, we had a rather unexpected behaviour from one of the staff(Larissa) during our checkout. Checkout time was 12 pm and we got a call at 12:15, when we asked for an extension for a couple of mins more, we got a very rude response to leave within 10 minutes. Also, when we apologised at the reception for being late, she smirked and did not respond back! Very disappointing experience!

Location was great close to restaurants and subway. Staff friendly and very clean rooms, breakfast was also very nice. Little trouble getting into Wi-Fi but managed. I would definitely recommend this location

I booked a room for four people for five nights. We got to the room pretty quickly as it didn't take long to register. Unfortunately there was a problem with the lights that kept on flashing in the room. The staff was very helpful and gave us another room. Everything was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice and had everything we needed. Wifi was working fine (and was free). The staff was nice and polite. We really enjoyed our stay ! PS: the location is quite nice, it is 3mn away from the metro station Turro, which is 20mn away from Duomo, and there is a supermarket right next to it, open 24/7.

I stayed here for a night with my family to catch the next day flight. The hotel is located centrally only 10mins away from the Cathedral by metro. The room was big, clean and in good shape. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

Actually we stayed only 2 nights in this hotel, but everything was nice during this time. The staff was nice and kind, food was normal. The hotel is close to transportation, the subway station is only 3 minutes far from it, so we were able to get to any place in Milan very fast

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is situated very close to Turro Metro stop. Approximately eight stop from Duomo. The hotel is quite modern with pleasant decor. It has a restaurant/bar, breakfast room and gym. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to converse in English and understand our efforts to speak italian. The room we had was spacious and well furnished. It had a TV, minibar and shower. The bed was a good size too. A 24 hour Carrefour supermarket was next door. Bars and restaurants were nearby although because it was August many shops were closed. The Italians like to holiday in August. We booked half board at the hotel and to be honest that was a mistake. Whilst the breakfast buffet choice was adequate the evening meals left a lot to be desired. Very limited menu. Most nights it was beef or chicken for the main course with either broad beans or peas. potatoes and/or a choice of vegetables would have improved thing somewhat. The menu showed a cost of 25 Euros for the 3 courses. We could have eaten better quality elsewhere for that price. I will admit that although the quantity was lacking the quality was very good in the restaurant. A few little bars near the hotel offered inexpensive drinks. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were in good condition, nearby there is a carrefour. Quite the ride from the centre, with the taxi fare going up to 20 euro. However the breakfast was very disappointing, rooms were quite small, parking horrific, would not recommend parking with a Van.

We stayed for one night and found the family room clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a supermarket next door which is very handy. The hotel restaurant is not family friendly so we used the Metro to get into the centre (Duomo) and had a lovely dinner there. I would not recommend the hotel breakfast however, very disappointing for 8 euros each.

Beautiful room, a lot of space, very comfortable . Big ,clean shower. Very friendly stuff. Good location close to public transportation and not far from city center and historic places. Breakfast not so bad, but could be better selection.

We stayed at best western for 2 nights for a weekend. We were late so we informed the hotel. The staff is great, friendly. Did not have a chance to have breakfast there. Hotel room is nice and comfy. The shower is power shower and it is so relaxing. It's close to Turro metro station and easy transport to Milan central.

This was a nice hotel that is located out of the city center, but right next to a subway and the ride is 10 minutes. We are a party of 4 adults as our kids are 18 and 17. The room was situated as 2 twins and a pull out. The pull out was better than average, but still a pull out. It was clean and the people were nice and helpful. We didn't eat in, but there is a restaurant and breakfast in the hotel. My only real complaint would be that that air conditioning is poor at best. We put it on the lowest setting and it was never close to cool in the room. Can't open the windows as you are on a main street and there would be a lot of noise. Also, the AC unit is located behind the curtains. We had to rig it so that the air would pump out into the room instead of just cooling the window. It is a nice hotel with a good value.

At first, I thought this hotel might be too far out of the centre of Milan, being about 8.8 km from the duomo, but I was happy to find that the metro is only a few minutes walk away and it is a very pleasant ride of 15 minutes down to the centre of town. The hotel has an excellent supermarket just next door which has a wonderful range of wines and fruit and other items. There are also excellent restaurants just down the street and around the corner. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are modern and comfortable and very clean. Typical of many Italian hotels, the elevators are tiny with only room for maybe two people and bags at a time. The decor in the breakfast room is not brilliant but the food is good and the service is okay when you come to order your cappuccino. I have stayed in a hotel closer to the centre and paid a lot more for a lot less, so I was happy with this hotel overall.

My partner and I just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and loved it. Nice and clean big rooms with excellent wifi. small gym in hotel also. It was a 2 minute walk from metro which make it super easy to get around. Staff really friendly and restaurant on site also

Excellent location, near the metro, excellent room. There is a carrefour beside the hotel. Nothing else to say. The experience in this hotel was really more than satisfactory. I strongly reccomend it.

The hotels location is brilliant, it's on the same road as the Turro metro station, which is on the same line as the Duomo (cathedral), only about 6 stops away! So can get there in approx 10-15 mins on the tube! Tube costs €4.50 for 24 hours unlimited use! If you're coming from Bergamo Airport then there's a bus that picks you up from the front of the airport and takes you straight to milan central station for 5 Euro, then you get a tube to Turro metro station. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and old fashioned looking. The staff were nice, especially the housekeeping lady who would say hello whenever she saw us and leave us sweets on our bedside table! The room was really nice, the bed was so comfortable and big! There was a kettle with a variety of tea and coffee, mini fridge, hair dryer and essential toiletries. ( we didn't see an iron though which would have been nice!) There's a supermarket next door which stocks everything you could need and a 2 min walk down the road a really lovely little bakery with loads of pastries and different breads!

This hotel is outside the city center, but this is easily reachable through the nearby underground station Turro (Dome - 15 min). Staff is very polite and elegant, showing care and happiness toward the customer. Interior are elegant, but a little bit ‘old hotel style' in my humble opinion. Rooms are very detailed and include everything you need even if they are not that big. Close to this hotel, you can find a carrefour open 24h!

We came to check in Michele the man at reception kept getting our names wrong. Asked for our passport back and forth 3 times. Then he said 'your room is ready' but never gave us the key. We asked for a breakfast pack as we were leaving early. Michele said come down 11pm to collect because kitchen will prepare it. When my mum went down he said he forgot to tell the kitchen. His attitude was awful. Also the WiFi doesn't work properly.

Everything about this hotel was great: convenient location (steps form a subway/metro), ambience, people working there (going above and beyond, answering questions, storing our luggage, printing my tickets ). Rooms are spacious, nice towels, good size rooms. There is a supermarket (store) behind it, which makes it great should you need any snack/prepared food/drinks, etc

In general the hotel is not bad. Situated in the residential area very close to the metro which will take you to the downtown Milan in about 10 minutes. A couple of times we walked to the centre by Viale Monza - takes longer than public transport but quite feasible. A number of places to eat around the hotel and a big Carrefour side by side. The lobby is spacious and well decorated. The room is of a good size and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. What I didn't like is the bathroom with a very small shower booth with the door which could hardly be closed. No shelves for personal items in the bathroom and no makeup mirror. I'm used to keep my phone and i-pad on the bedside table charging during the night but they have no jacks near the bed! It was very inconvenient for me. And at least in our room it was a big problem with sound insulation as every night and early morning we had to listen to the running water (very loud indeed awaking all three of us) in the neighbour or upper floor room. The reception staff looks rather indifferent and uninterested. No recognition for BW loyal clients at all. The breakfast was probably the worst we had in our Italian journey. I was surprised to see that the majority of guests drink tea in the morning. After trying their coffee I understood why. It's a shame to serve such coffee in Italy! Cold cuts had a bad smell as if not fresh. Hot items were almost cold. Every morning during our stay they run out of milk for tea, bacon, honey etc. The staff moved in a chaotic way asking for room number two or three times and being of no real help. So don't take their breakfast if you have to pay extra. So, in general it is not that bad but I would definitely try another Best Western next time.

we chose this hotel because is near ti metro station turro in milan .the room on forth floor very spacious and clean very good mattress.the only thing that i can say that the breakfast was not such enough as i was waiting for days of catholic easter .

Hotel near the Turro metro station. Location is very nice, hotel is on the Via Le Monza street. The employees are very grossly faced and helpful. Although parking was paid, they did not charge us, which made us very happy. I would recommend it to everyone. You can make your stay with confidence.

Nice room, however high noise levels in street outside. Metro was extremely close so that was good. Shower changed from hot to cold to hot, annoying. Breakfast was disappointing, pastries dry and no fresh juice. Lack of fruit also. Location is excellent. Easy to get to airports and very close to centre. Nice, welcoming receptionists, however, beware of the tax €5 per person per night, which we were not aware of until check out. Do not pay for breakfast in this hotel, it is not worth extra.

The only reason I awarded 1 star is because the app will not allow me to give zero. - The hotel front desk staff have no home training and no respect. They spoke to my father with such attitude after first giving us the wrong room, and were unhelpful in any circumstance. They have no clue what is happening. When we asked a question it is as if we were bothering them. If they're going to hire such useless staff to man the front desk, at least have the decency to provide some eye candy. In all seriousness, Italy is amazing, and the hotel experience could have potentially ruined it (which it didn't). I will be going back for sure, but to a hotel this time instead of a dog kennel. If you accommodate people, just try to be the least bit hospitable. I don't know whose children are being allowed to interact with the guests there, but a start would be sorting them out.

My son and I recently visited Milan for an away football match and wanted somewhere with a reasonable tag close enough to the city centre to go out and close to transport infrastructure. This place was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly the room was very clean and very practical with ample space and thoughtful touches for your convenience. Coffee and tea making facilities as well as a mini bar, tv with English news channels so you could keep up to date if that's what you wanted. The bathroom was lovely with some shampoo and shower gel, shower caps and vanity sets and a very large shower which was perfect to wake you up in the morning. We didn't have breakfast so cannot review that we had read reviews on here before we went and decided to explore the local area. There are a number of cafes and restaurants and a couple of bakeries one of which “pane e bonta “ does the most amazing cakes, biscuits and pastries and I mean amazing ! Last thing to mention is the close proximity to the underground which is literally 200 yards from Torro station on the red line we got a 48 hour pass which you can use on the underground, buses and trams for less than €5 each which is fantastic value. We did have to get a taxi back late one night and that was €15 from right by the main square. I would highly recommend this hotel it was a very good choice for us and Milan is a sight to see, enjoy ??

Clean, comfortable rooms. Bathroom size was generous, for a European hotel. Located close to the underground train stop, making it easy to get to sites in Milan. Also conveniently located next to a grocery store. Breakfast in the hotel was adequate and appreciated.

I have stayed two days in this hotel in March 2018 when I was on a visit to Milan. The hotels location is not far from Milan Central Station as with few metro/Tube rides to the city's centre via Turro station. The room was very clean and well decorated place with all the essentials provided well ahead of the time and daily servicing. Breakfast was excellent although it was quite expensive in contrast to restaurants dotted around the hotel, so was dinner in the restaurant. However, you have the option to pop out your room anytime and eat from the local restaurants.

With Milans extensive Metro system it was easy to travel around this city from this nice hotel. Rooms were a decent size and had cosy decor. Staff were friendly enough. Only downside was their restaurant. It was small & very pricy. so much so, we never ate here for the whole 5 days/nights .

I was on a business trip and was looking different hotels in the area near to Fiera City, so I choose the Accademia Hotel. I can say was the perfect choice for my stay. Staff was very professional and helpful, the location is very good and very well connected with public transport . Rooms and furniture, all was perfect !!! Looking forward to visit again this place.

They provide handy smart phone free. It is convenient, if you do not data roaming in Milan, Location is good, close to Metro, Carrefour next to hotel. There are some good restaurants nearby. But water supply is still weak on higher floor. Bed is still small.

Spent one night in this hotel while visiting Milan. Lovely place, located 2 minutes away from Turro metro station on the main line to central Milan. Rooms are big but a little dated, they come with a mobile phone to take around the city with useful information and apps, but we prefered not to use in order to avoid any damage or loss. Service was good and efficient, the man who checked us in and out was very helpful and polite, we requested a room on a high floor and he allocated it to us. I rang the property prior to our arrival, asking if they could arrange anything for me and my girlfriend for our anniversary (I was willing to pay) but the receptionist didn't show any willingness to help, saying I should have rang in the morning to talk to the day team (I guess I was talking to the same one who rolled her eyes when I stopped to the desk to ask her about the breakfast time). Breakfast was nice and plenty of options, I loved the pancake machine! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we will definetely come back!

Stayed for three nights. Is by Tutti Metro station which is great for travelling into the centre. Hotel itself is clean and tidy, decor is somewhat old fashioned. There is a hairdryer, shampoo etc, a safe. We had breakfast which was a typical continental breakfast. The hotel also has a gym and a restaurant which we didn't go in. There is a great restaurant on the same road towards the metro station called Gemelli Trattoria. Recommend eating there, was authentic and the food was amazing. We actually are there twice. Appears to close on a Saturday night. We'd stay here again. A decent hotel with cheap and fast access to the centre.

Antares Hotel Concorde is a sheep in wolf's clothing. Approaching the hotel, one thinks that this is a comtemporary hotel. It is not, the interior of the hotel is definitely 1980s in decor. However, it is clean and well maintained. Do NOT purchase breakfast here. It is extremely overpriced. (We did not.) There are many small cafes between the hotel and the very convenient metro stop. The metro is on the Red Line which runs to the historic and touristic center of Milan. It was a nice twist not staying in the center. Next door is a full service Carrefour grocery. One block down the side street was an inexpensive neighborhood gelateria and an excellent pizzaria. Walking north on Viale Monza, you come to a bridge. Go down the ramp amd turn right to walk along the canal through a park. In the park is a community center with a patio bar, exhibits by local artists and live entertainment. Nice find! What was not so nice was the front desk attempting to double charge me. Bring all reservation paperwork and email comformations with you. Upon checkout, the clerk tried to bill me for 3 nights. At check in I was told that I had to pay my 3 nights up front. It was the same blonde, female clerk each time. Luckily, I had my receipt with me and handed it to her. No apology for the confusion. No embarrassment on her part. But hey... It's Italy. How would you know for sure if there weren't an attempted rip-off?

the hotel is very clean, stuff is very friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, 4 min from the Turro station (10 min from Duomo, red line M1) very easy to get to the hotel from the center. behind the hotel u can find the supermarket Carefour where u can find everything and there are a selection of restaurants near the hotel if u don't want to go to the center. the restaurant near hotel are very good especially Gemelli (3 min from the hotel, near the Turro exit) price is fair enough

I have been there twice: in December 2017 and January 2018 for a total of 3 nights. The first approach with the reception is very good facing courtesy and competence of the staff. I dis not experience the single room, but the two rooms I got assigned were excellent for space and services including a comfortable bathroom. I see the even offer a free cellular phone with some apps for tourism to be used during the stay. I did not need it and I did not use it but I found it very original and nice to get guests comfortable. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Metro stations are very close and then traveling for sightseeing etc is very practical without using your own car (that can stay in the garage for a fee).

Our stay in Milan was very comfortable and pleasant thanks to staff and hotel amenities. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. Cosy rooms and much appreciated extras such as use of free smartphone, supply of shaving and ironing accessories. Staff were most helpful especially with tavelling arrangements and suggestions. We will definitely come again and suggest to all our friends.

We stayed there for one night in November 2017. The check in check out was fast. The room is spacious and clean. The toiletries provided are sufficient. The view from our room was not great but we were not not expecting a great view for our one night stay. I found the light controls and the interior of the room a bit old fashioned, but this gave a retro feel and we like it. It is near a metro. There is also a Carrefour market right beside the hotel. There is nothing to complain and we are happy with our stay there.

Stayed for three nights and found the hotel represented very good value. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a little warm and I couldn't get the AC to work. This may have been my fault. Opening the window helped but the got road noise. Generous tea / coffee making supplies in the room. Reecpetion staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Hotel is one minute from Turro metro which is on the same line as Duomo and Cadova Railway Station for return trip to the airport. Breakfast was very good but the hot buffet could have been hotter. Plenty to choose from though. All in all enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The Hotel is a way out of town and the metro a walk away. There are no restaurants nearby, but a supermarket next door. They have a restaurant in the hotel but didn't try it. Breakfast was standard buffet, but we found it was cold by the time you got back to your seat, if not included in your package it's $8.

Really enjoyed our time here in Milan. Family of 4 travelling from Australia and our room was really large. Plenty of room for all the luggage. Beautiful clean bathroom and quick efficient service from the staff. Not in the heart of downtown Milan but so close to the Metro station that it was easy to get to town and to the hotel from airport and major train stations. Little tip - the restaurant down the road, Gemelli's, is fantastic. Authentic family restaurant. we went there 2 nights out of our 3 spent there. Also, the wifi was great and reliable. and the in room smart phone to use was excellent.

The location is very closed to the Metro station, 2 mins by walking. I've stayed in many Best Westerns, mostly in US. This one is much better than what I've stayed, no matter the decoration, room size, services, comfort and so on.

I started my 16 days' holiday in Italy with my daughter from 25 Sept 2017.I was totally surprised by the modern outlook of this hotel, the cleanliness of my room , the great location,the comfort of my bed, the beautiful decoration of the room as compared to the good price charged by the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and possibly for this reason, the hotel gave me the largest room ,room 512, in 5th floor. The room has a good view of the quiet middle class neighborhood and the room is bright with a large window. The breakfast is the best as compare to the other hotels we have booked in Florence, Rome, Venice.With lots of hot food and a machine for the pancake. I really liked the pancake machine. And the hotel refilled the food frequently even if we ate late in the morning,say 9:30 am . The cleaning ladies has big smiles on their faces and their service was very good, and very clean room ,very good quality bath towels , with hair blower, and slippers. But like many other Italy hotels, you still need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location of the hotel is just 5 minutes safe walk from the Metro station Turro. My daughter and I frequently came back late at night after 11:00 after shopping in Milan city center. We always felt safe to walk back from the metro to the hotel. There is the big Carrefour supermarket at the next door of the hotel , which opened 24 hours, for us to refill the bottle water or anything we need after coming back late from the city center. The bed is super comfortable with silky bedsheets. The small safe is exposed in the middle of the room , so for sure you will never left it closed when you checked out . However, nothing is perfect in this world. Metro Turro is a small station ,so there is no lift nor escalator for you to take your baggage down the metro. We came from Milan Central train station by Taxi. Fortunately it only costed us 9 Euro because we got on a taxi from the taxi stand in Milan Central train station. When we departed the hotel, the taxi fare was higher at 12 Euro because, there is no way you can wave your hand for a taxi in Italy, if you call a taxi by phone through the hotel, or using the taxi apps on the cell phone, the taxi driver will start calculating the fare when he answer the phone or answer your taxi apps . But the hotel said there was actually a taxi stand about 300 m from the hotel but because we were hurried for the speed train to Venice and have the baggage with us , we could not spare the time to find the taxi stand. During our stay, there was a public transport company "ATM" strike on 6 Oct 2017 8:30pm to 3:00pm and from 6:00pm onwards to the end of service. We learned of this only through the metro station broadcast at night of 5 Oct 2017. If only the hotel staff could informed us of this strike right at the start of our stay, we would have a better planning of our trip . We had cancelled our plan to Lake Maggiore that day and instead paid an expensive taxi trip of 28 Euro to the Cimitero Monumentale because of the strike. The taxi trip normally takes 13 Euro to the Cimitero, but as we got the taxi by taxi apps, it started charging once it received the call. And we dared not go anywhere far from the city center for fear we had to take another expensive taxi trip back to the hotel at night . But it turned out that the strike from 6:00pm to midnight only took effect on the less busy blue metro line. Our hotel is in the red metro line and metro service was normal there . Just hope the hotel staff could acquaint themselves with the details about this strike because we travellers just could not understand the Italian on the Italian newspaper displayed near to the front desk . If not for this , the overall hotel condition is perfect.

We stayed her for 2 nights with 2 teenage kids. The room was very tidy and clean and the staff were extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. The breakfast was very tasty and varied from cereal, croissants, hot food, cold meats etc and on a buffet style so eat as much as you like.Would definitely recommend and we intend to return at some point.

The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms ar functional, not very small. The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 3 mins walking from the Metro station on line 1 and Carrefour market is next door and open 24/7. The best thing about the hotel is a SMART PHONE that you can use for free during BG all your stay, it has free internet all the time, free calls and has all the applications you need to move around Milan. I booked tickets for tours with a discount of 30% which is an option in this phone " EXCELLENT IDEA" never seen before. I enjoyed my stay. The only defect was breakfast, it wasn't very rich. Definitely would recommend the hotel as a convenient place to stay in Milan.

We booked this hotel through Lastminute.com for a 3 night stay to visit our daughter who now works in Milan. We were anxious to book a hotel from a renowned chain as in my experience the standards are better. We were not disapponted. We were given a very nice traditional room on the top floor with a nice view. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar which was not the most expensive we have seen. We enjoyed the decor of the room and the comfort of the large double bed. Also a flat screen tv with a variety of english channels. Only downside for my wife, although not an issue with me was no bath just a shower. We did not dine at the hotel but the bar area and dining room looked very nice and were busy suggesting the food was of good quality. Next door to the hotel is a decent sized supermarket. As breakfast was not included in our package we purchased frest pastries and yoghurt along with fruit from the supermarket and breakfasted in our room. Also worthy of note is the information point in the hotel lobby which was touchscreen and in a selection of languages. The nearest Metro is 200 metres down the street and the system is quiete easy to navigate once you work it out. A day ticket can be purchased at one of the ticket machines or at the news stall in the station. It costs €4.50 for a day ticket allowing you to hop on and off the metro, bus and trams around the city. Finally I would have no problem recommending this hotel as a good place to stay and equally I would expect us to stay again should we have cause to return to the city of Milan.

Don t know who came up with the 4 star rating... More 2 to 3. Single room is very small! Breakfast is medium Bathroom is small too. My room looked over a parking of the next door supermarket....open 24/7, so noisy 24/7 :( 50m from Turro Metro station, that s easy! Friendly staff at the restaurant and reception! Nice restaurant at walking distance, along the "river"...."Seven" steak and wine!!

Stayed here for a conference. It was terrible. We had booked a double room for 2 people and were given a single so had to ask to be swapped. The decor and smell was reminiscent of a nursing home. The room was average. Very dated decor and smelled of stale cigarettes. The shower door didn't stay closed. The air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep the window open (it is on a busy road) The area was not great and is quite far from tourist attractions and any nice restaurants. Whatever you do, do not use the laundry service unless you want them to give you your clothes back still dirty and late!

Stayed for six nights and cannot fault the hotel, clean, comfortable and a good breakfast selection, handy for the metro to visit the city centre which is convenient to visit the interesting areas of Milan

Really nice hotel and the staff are really friendly, rooms are very clean and well managed Excellent location for the metro that will take you anywhere in minutes so don't bother with taxis, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, typically drinks and food is expensive but that's Milan and I wouldn't say it's extortionate Clean sheets and towels every day of recommend this hotel it's definitely great value for money The only downside really is a poor breakfast and the chap on mornings is a miserable git but overall great value and very high quality, the staff on reception and the restaurant are brilliant and make the stay even more enjoyable

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, very clean rooms, nice comfy beds, good choice of buffet breakfast. Very near to the metro station just 5 min. Next to the hotel Carrefour supermarket and lots of shops,cafes around. Would recommend and will definitely back again.

The Best Western Antares is just enough off the beaten track from Milano Centrale train to maintain a reasonable price for a comfortable hotel with all the amenities: very close to the metro (M1 to Duomo), a few nice local restaurants nearby, nice cafe/restaurant in hotel, 24-hour grocery immediately next door, and quiet rooms with minibar and wireless.

I can recommned this hotel. The location is ideal, very close to underground station. The room was okay, not very big. The staff was friendly. We had half-board and loved the food! We'll come back to this hotel!

Located close to the Metro on Via Monza this clean, well appointed hotel met and exceeded all our needs including luggage storage. Staff are very friendly, helpul and professional. Loved the breakfast with the best espresso coffee. Easy to use wfi. Large comfy bedroom with lots of sitting room as well.

This is a lovely hotel, it was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was fantastic, i really cannot fault the hotel and would gladly stay again. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the tube station is easily within walking distance.

I'm not quiet sure what other people have experienced but my time here was actually really nice! The receptionist were all so helpful and lovely, the hotel was nice and clean. We always came back to the hotel with the room so tidy! There is a supermarket right next door which is so convenient and it's like a 2 second walk to the metro! We had a lovely stay! Location: A+ 5 min walk from Turro Metro station. A few steps away from Carrefour and food establishments. Room: A We stayed in Room 711. It was very nice, could not ask for more. There was a Television with English channels, a fridge, very nice toilet and comfy bed. We spent the entire 2 days walking around the city so i could not give much comment on the staffs other than being polite and very nice to us. Will definitely go back to Milan and stay in the same hotel.

To be honest, I was really holding my breath that I was going to be disappointed with some reviews but somebody wrote to put my mind at rest. I will d this for the management if they want to follow my constructive criticism. Check in was seamless, had a small hitch to open the door but reception sorted it excellently. The room was spotless, nice decor and impeccable bathroom, laundry and bedsheets. Room has all that one can wish-minibar, tea and coffee- perfect. There was a smell of tobacco which I was not happy with. This was a minor issue. The air condition bit noisy but if the fan speed is lowered, a lot of noise is removed, acceptable but could do with a bit colder. Excellent parking facility under the hotel. Breakfast, is fine. Save the bacon which was questionable, liked the pancake maker- brilliant device, the staff is attentive and efficient. Dined at the restaurant, had the risotto with barolo- would give 50/100. My wife had the ravioli which were great- 100/100. For mains, we had the Pink peppers steak... the meat was not so hot, chewy and definitely did not feel like fillet- 10/100. Service remarkable. Would not visit again! At some point, toilet paper was not replenished and tea and coffee supplies were not replenished. Have no problem staying again, though would prefer to avoid these issues. Overall acceptable!

Very nice stay. Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Market next door. 20 minute walk to train station. Good selection at breakfast. Pizza across street from Stefanos was really good. Would stay here again.

Great service. Clean and tidy bathroom. Not far from metro. 24/7 supermarket very close. Teapot, coffee, cups in the room. Old airconditioner - seems to be nosy. We are turned it off at once. Oldstyle shabby interior rooms only for some fans.

I booked a 2 days stay using a voucher (a present from my mother in law). I had invested more money to upgrade the voucher and be allowed to choose within a range of 4-5 starts hotels in Milan. I picked this one and I have to say that the 4 stars rating is really misleading in this case. The building is pretty old and the room (I guess it belonged to the hotel's standard category) was rather small. There was a pretty strong smell of smoke in the room (by the way, nobody asked us whether we were smokers or not during the check in) and neither the air conditioning nor the fan in the windowless bathroom were working. Even the safe got stuck after one time use. We noted lack of cleanliness in the breakfast hall and the food provided was really low quality. I was particularly disappointed by the croissants which really sucked and that's a shame because in Milan there is plenty of amazing bakeries. I decided not to complain to much considering it was just a 2 days stay. I only complained for the safe and I have to say that the staff's reaction was prompt and professional. Honestly I would never come back to this hotel. It really does not live up to those expectations created by the Best Western chain.

We had 2 nights here- different dates, both prepaid but there wont be a next time!.. on arrival after long flights we opted for dinner in hotel restaurant. Got tiny amounts of bad quality food at a high price. On reflection it was probably good it was small as the pasta tasted like it was out of a jar. We had requested a non smoking room but were put in a smoking room. Rang front desk who sent up a man with a spray can. Not enough to get rid of the stink. Secondly the room was so hot ! We couldnt adjust the settings so when we asked for a cooler temp we were told the AC was set for cold weather as it had been colder but now the weather had turned warmer..?? Hello? Obviously they couldnt and wouldnt change it. There were 2 Earl Grey tea bags in the room and 1 Chamomile bag- not much use if you dont drink that. When checking out early at 7am their coffee machine (complimentary for guests in foyer-haha) did not work. There was no milk available anyway- we were told the milk was to be used for guests having breakfast who were paying for it. This hotel is pretty crap altogether. And no apologies or any concern at all shown for our issues, the front desk staff were so disinterested. We will never stay here again or any BW for that matter. Heath &Trev. Sydney

This hotel is super weird and I would not recommend it to anyone. We asked for twin rooms - we got double so we need to change it. Next day we handed do not disturb sign - housekeeping went to our room anyway. the unplugged my mac and throw away my ear plugs. Today we hanged please make up our room - housekeeping changed it to do not disturb and didn't clean our room. WTF Our room was stifling and Air Conditioning didn't work so we asked reception to check it out - we was told that AC is switched to heat and if we have problem that it's too hot in the room we can always open the window. (very funny - street next to hotel i very busy and people are honking all the time) WTF 2

This is a good hotel .. not convinced it is 4 star. Shower is small but room in general nice. Staff are helpful and subway line is close to get downtown in 15 minutes. 30 minute walk from the train station .

I couldn't believe the cost of accommodation in Milan for the weekend we visited. It was absolutely extortionate so this place - a well-known chain - was a great find. The hotel was absolutely fine: clean, very helpful staff and the bedroom was a decent size (but not the shower - every time I turned around I nudged the temperature control involuntarily which made for a painful wash at times). The street wasn't particularly nice - fairly ugly flats, with graffiti and dog mess everywhere. But it wasn't threatening and there was a metro a few seconds away with direct access to the Duomo. The hotel is about 35 minutes walks from central station.

My two friends and I arrived from Desenzano by train and took a taxi from Station to hotel Antares (about 10 euros). It turned out to be a longish ride first along Corso Buenes Aires and then on Viale Monza (a continuation of Corso Buenes Aires) - so more or less a straight line. Check in was quick and efficient. It was a bit confusing as the double rooms were in one block, with room numbers based on their floor (e.g. 106 on floor 1), but the single room was in a separate block, reached by a separate lift with room numbers starting in 9 (e.g. 917 on first floor!). The rooms were well furnished and well appointed (flat screen TV, safe, nice bathroom, easy chairs and comfortable beds plus tea and coffee making facility in the room). There was free wi-fi Internet access in the hotel. There is a restaurant on site with a decent menu, but from outside, it looked a bit basic. There is a metro station nearby (which we did not use) and a Carrefour supermarket next door and so, whilst a bit out of town, it is pretty well serviced. The concierge, who appeared a bit off-putting at first, turned out to be very helpful. For the price we paid, it was good value.

Original design of rooms, very clean, friendly staff, convenient location - near metro station, near supermarket. Close to the center. On foot you can walk to shops - shoes, clothes, cosmetics. Good breakfast

We arrived by car and used the free parking space, which is divided in two areas; area P1 that we used was very cramped, but got the job done. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, this is a very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast.

amazing hotel with very good price , near to metro, with very good breakfast staff is very frendly i stay only one night and totally worth it. very warm room and clean . bathroom it was amazing , defenatly i choose it again

What was meant to be a family trip turned into a family emergency and a stay for a lot longer. The hotel staff were extremely supportive, making sure our stay was as good as it could be in the circumstances. The rooms are very comfortable and a lot better than a standard City hotel. There are a number of good restaurants in the surrounding area. Turro is a few metro stops from the centre of Milan, but on a very good line. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Arrived by car and got a parking place free from hotel. Receptionist was speaking french, was pleasant. Check-in was efficient. We were given a great room, quite large, on the 8th floor, well furnished, large bathroom with bubble tub. Wifi working fine from room. Very comfortable bed, king size, very quite, no noise what so ever. Breakfast was provided, it is in the basement and is quite standard, with all you need from eggs and sausages to croissant and pastries. Good service. Metro 100 meter away and 5 stations from center. Be careful when buying metro tickets from the machione with credit card. It does not work, and your credit card details will be used for something else...had to cancel mine after several attempts to buy staff on the internet...

We decided for our 2 year anniversary, to go to Milan for a week. We searched on lastminute.com website for ages, looking at hotels and flights. Eventually, we chose the 4 star Great Western Antares hotel in Milan, based on the pictures and reviews. When we got there, the hotel was not located near many restaurants, shops etc, but it was near a metro which we used a lot. The staff showed us to our room which was old-fashioned and stunk of cigarette smoke. We are both non-smokers so we had to ask for a room change. They swapped the key and gave us another room, however when we got there with our luggage, we found that the room was not ready as it hadn't been cleaned (it was 4pm at this point!) We decided to leave the hotel and went into the city centre until the evening while our new room was being cleaned. When we got back, it was hot and muggy in the room and we noticed that the air-conditioning wasn't working! We called down to the reception and they sent someone up to fix it. He just about managed to get it working but it was very weak. The unit had also leaked all over the carpet so we had to put towels down as the floor was soaking wet! The small fridge in the room was a waste of time too as nothing in it was cold! We went to bed feeling exhausted and quite disheartened. At 8am the next morning, we were woken up by loud drilling and banging. I was fuming and phoned reception. They apologised and said they were doing some repairs in the hotel. I told them that it was unacceptable and I wanted to move to another hotel. The duty manager said they would move us to a higher floor where there would be less noise. So we got moved yet again, this time to the 7th floor. The room was the same old fashioned design as the previous rooms, which was not what we were expecting from the pictures advertised on the website, where the rooms appeared larger and more modern. Again the air-conditioning was very weak and it was unbearable going to sleep as it was so hot in the room. The next morning we told the desk manager about the temperature of the room and when he looked at his computer, he said it had recorded 27.5°c in our room! How is anyone expected to sleep in a room with that temperature? We were unable to change the thermostat as apparently it was controlled by the front desk! The manager could only shrug his shoulders and apologise once again. We were offered a free meal and breakfast in the morning (which was advertisedas being free on the hotel website but not to us as we booked through Last Minute!). The meal we had in the hotel was poor considering it was meant to be of a 4* standard. I ordered my usual steak which wasn't great, with a few cold boiled potatoes and some cold green beans. My girlfriend is vegetarian and there was a very limited choice for her. She went for a cheese dish which again was pretty poor. During the course of the meal, water dripped from the leaking air-conditioning unit above us, onto my girlfriends arm and head, and onto the French lady next to us in the restaurant. The only positive thing I can comment on was the friendliness of the waiter! As far as the rooms were concerned, they were old fashioned, dusty, with broken blinds, shocking air conditioning considering it was pretty hot in Milan, and the bar fridge was useless! The bathrooms were clean but there was damage to the wall and black mildew around the bottom of the shower. Additionally, the water was not draining properly so there was a risk of the shower overflowing. The shower itself was tiny. If you were a bigger person, you would have no chance of getting into it! The hairdryer was a joke too! Are these characteristics of a 4* hotel? I think not! Giving it a 3* would be generous! Then to top off the poor experience, when we handed our key back at the end of our stay, we were told we had to pay a city tax of €60! This had not been mentioned to us before and I didnt see anything on the website stating that that extra cost. All in all, a very bad experience which spoilt our holiday in a beautiful city

Regarding the cigarette smell in the room, I have personally addressed this with our housekeeping staff to ensure this won't happen again. I know our front office team will do everything in their power to assist our guests as best as we can. Unfortunately during your stay, in July, we had some technical problems due to our renovations works, finished at the end of August. So we are really sorry for the inconveniences with the air conditioning and with the noise, we can guarantee you that in a normal situation and period, like now, we don't have similar troubles. We take care of the satisfaction of our clients and we have a special attention for the quality and the variety of the products in our breakfast, anyway we will take into account your suggestion, expecially regarding the vegetarian buffet. Finally I would like to point out that the city tax is mandatory, it's applied to all non-city residents staying in Milan by the municipality. We booked a family room for four. The rooms were good size for Europe and the facilities were of good quality including the bath room facilities, tv and the beds. Would stay again. The location was a few train stops out of town but public transport was close by.

Stayed for Southampton v inter lovely hotel very close to metro system which is easy to use. staff very friendly and helpful supermarket next door. Breakfast is ok mixed selection not like you normal buffet breakfast in the uk

As others have noted this hotel is not in the city circle but the Milan Metro is very efficient and the hotel is about 100 metres from the Turbo station. Right beside the hotel is a Carrefour supermarket which is really handy as it carries a wide range of food (including fresh sushi). Whilst the rooms are very good there are no microwaves so take away meals that require heating are out. The staff are welcoming and helpful as we discovered when we had a problem with our water. The breakfast is adequate and all in all this is a great place to stay.

Great hotel for business or leisure. Rooms are spacious, clean with large bathrooms. Convenient location, 100m to nearest metro station. Located on the red line - east access to Milan city centre. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel is located in a wonderful location with quick access to the Turro metro station and many amenities nearby. The staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant is small and a favorite among locals so don't plan to just drop in . Great free wifi service.

It is located off center but close to metro station that takes you directly to historic center. Plus, when arriving by car it has a parking. Rooms are rather large and comfy. Breakfast was good but service at night (meal) was rather poor. Service at check in counter was particularly good.

the properties and accommodations were adequate and the staff was polite and helpful. The accommodations could of been more central. Overall the stay was pleasant and worked out fine. This stay was arranged by a tour group and we had no stay in the selection.

Good central location very close to Truro metro station. Room was comfortable and staff helpful. We booked half board but did not eat there one day as restaurant was busy and the day before we had to wait over an hour for food. Not enough staff for a busy night at the restaurant. Good in all other respects.

This was a comfortable hotel convenient to the city centre with all its attractions including the Duomo, La Scala and other tourist sites. The Turro Met wa a short 20 metre stroll away. The hotel restaurant was notable serving varied and high quality dishes - unqualified commendation.

This Best Western in Milan is a pleasure to stay at. The staff are very pleasant and hospitable and the room was comfortable and well equipped. We were there as part of a tour so had an organised meal so I can't comment on the variety of food offered but what we were presented with was delicious.

The room was decent size for four people. Though when reserving the room we were told we would have an actual queen sized bed and two twin beds. When we arrived in the room it was a pull out couch set up with two twin beds. We did not say anything because we were only staying one night so it was not a big deal, but maybe they should be more specific with booking information. The shower was covered in cobwebs by the window. The forest green patterned wallpaper gave off a very dull feeling. On the other hand, the hotel had a great restaurant on the main floor right off the lobby. We are there upon arrival while waiting on our room to ready. As well as for dinner that night. Fair prices. Front desk staff was very helpful in the early hours of the morning when we needed a taxi to transport us to Milan Centrale train station, which was conveniently about a 10 minute drive from this hotel.

The staff at the hotel on the front desk were so helpful and provided information to explore Milan. The room we were given at first was really old fashioned but very clean. We went exploring for the day and returned to find the room ridiculously hot and the air conditioning not working. After complaining to the front desk and the air conditioning not being fixed we were moved to a suite on the top floor that was a huge improvement to the room we were in originally but still found the air conditioning not to be working properly. What the room we were put into though did have was a balcony so we managed to get fresh air by opening the doors. We booked half board and I would not recommend anyone to do this. We ate in the restaurant once and decided to not bother the next night as the food and service was below standard.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the subway. 20 minutes walk into the city centre on foot. 10 minutes by subway. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and are very friendly. Mario deserves a special mention on the front desk. He has helped me with lots of things from offering advice on day trips, how to get around the city, printing boarding passes and selecting Italian food! Superb service. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a supermarket next door which is very handy and a pharmacist across the road. Well priced. Excellent service. Very good food. Highly recommended. I will certainly be back!

Stayed 3 nights in this Hotel before we went onto our cruise. The hotel staff was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The Welcome we received when we arrived was fantastic. The room was fairly large neat and tidy. The restaurant and bar manager were lovely and went out of their way to help us with the menu. Each time we went down we were provided with starters free of charge as seemed to be the custom in this hotel. The food was delicious and priced well. If we were not sure of the drinks on the menu we were given a sample. The lock on my bag was broken so there was a Super Market next door where I purchased a new one, of course the instructions were in Italian. I had lots of fun at reception with two female staff trying to set the code, the manger took control and did it straight away. Thank you to the Restaurant Staff I think their names were Luca and Marcus. There is the underground train just outside the hotel which was fantastic to get around. It is a fair way from the airport but if you catch the airport buses to the main train station which is about 28 Euro return for two and then a taxi to the hotel about 10 Euro return for two which is so much cheaper than a taxi as this was quoted at 100 Euro. Do the same back to the airport. Be careful when you get off the bus as there are men posing as taxi driver and men taking you bags off the bus and then they will charge you to take them a few steps to the taxi. Take your own bags off and head for the taxi rank across the road.

although it is not in the city center, it takes 8 stations from the Duomo, it is a very clean and nice hotel. the price was reasonable and it worth a stay for one night in Milan. the hotel is very closed to a supermarket and two minutes walk from the Metro.

Hospitality was on point. Every member of staff we spoke to was kind enough to help us when we needed it and was very patient despite language barrier. Most of the receptionists spoke English but despite the moderate to low command of the language, all our needs were met. All staff friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Our room was absolutely massive! We certainly did not expect it to be so huge but were pleasantly surprised. The only fault we had of the room was that it was a twin room and we were a couple. When we pointed this out to the receptionist, it was sorted out in a matter of a few minutes. We didn't even have to change rooms for this (our things were already in the room)! Decor was lovely. Cleaning was faultless. We had a go around the city a couple of times on the free bicycles. It was so fun and romantic! The bikes were well-maintained and clean: no grease that would ruin nice clothes at all. The bike locks were included. Bikes are convenient, especially in summer, because you get to see the city and most times we overtook cars on the road, so I daresay the bikes are quicker than land transport. Only con of the bikes would be the fact that they didn't allow us to take it out at night. Solution: metro was only a few seconds walk outside the hotel. You can't fault a 90 minute return for 1.50EUR or an all-day ticket for 4.50EUR now, can you?! Although we did find the metro far less exciting than cycling. If you need help with where to go in the city, literally just ask the receptionist or even taxi drivers. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. All in all, the perfect place for our short break in Milan.

Rooms kept very clean daily, good breakfast range and good location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only downfall for me was that the room was a non-smoking room but still had strong smell of smoke.

Not near anything exciting. Rude at reception. Watched a young family coming in and having trouble coming through the doors and not one of the five staff members got up to help. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Pretty close to metro station - five stops from the Central Station with one change, or within a ten euro taxi ride, inclusive of tips (but you will have to watch which route your driver is using, keep in mind this is just a two mile drive from the hotel).

My husband and I spend two nights at this hotel on July 2016. The hotel is not located near the historical attractions of Milan but it's about two minutes walking from a Metro station (M1) which takes you directly to the Center. There is a supermarket close to the Hotel which I think is a great advantage. The room was good and clean. I was not satisfied with the shower, because the shower head didn't work properly. The breakfast was very simple with very limited choices.

Checkin was good and quick bizarre room key handed over room was clean but basic with no unique style that you usually get from a best western. I asked for a iron pretty much a standard request and was told had to goto 8th floor when I arrived the iron room was the cleaners cupboard ! Food in the evening was ok but very limited choice on menu. Breakfast was a different story ! Went down at 0730 and it looked like a bomb had hit it ! No clean table in sight and they were all empty staff just stood there doing nothing had to clear a table for me to sit at by myself. I then looked at the food and walked out! Overall good cheap room but poor food

Staff was helpful, giving various suggestions that really made our stay easy and enjoyable. Parking was easy, metro was easy, breakfast was very good, and our room was good-sized, although the bathroom and shower especially were small. Quiet!! Price was reasonable.

We are here for two nights on a budget family holiday. Pleasantly surprised with the room. Service ok, didn't bring up pillows/milk/tissues when we phoned. Also did top up all bathroom things like tissues. Bathroom not great, some mould and obviously cheaply renovated. But sufficient. Excellent location, close to to metro so easy to get around.

We were put in a smoking room and as a couple who don't smoke and as I have extreme sensitivity to strong smells this was very irritating. We asked staff twice if we could change rooms as the strong smell was giving me a migraine, which I have to take prescribed medication to fix but all staff we spoke to weren't helpful and told us to ask again tomorrow which we did and we were told this again... Only so many times you can ask before you check out. I ended up taking more than a weeks worth of my medication in 3 days. Just after checking in, I received an email asking how I found the experience and I filled out the survey and no one contacted me about my bad experience. Other than that the beds are very very hard, and the shower we had didn't drain very well so we couldn't have the water on very long before it overflowed. No fan in the bathroom either so it stayed damp and mould was growing on the tiles above the shower.

This hotel could be better, but we had a problem with our room and were totally dismissed by a staff member who couldn't care less judging by their tone. The room cleanliness felt average, maybe due to the fact it was a smokers room and cigarette smell stained the carpets and curtains. Some positives were the breakfast which was good, the location next to the metro that goes to the city centre in 10 minutes and the in room facilities.

Booked a family room that was to be a queen bed and two twin beds. Twin beds are smaller than what we are used to in USA. They are two small side by side pullouts from a sofa. Very small and not recommended for adults or older children, such as my teenage children. Only stayed one night so it was ok. Also, my blow drier caused the breaker to trip and it no longer worked after but there is a small travel-sized one available in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful with luggage and calling taxis.

Stayed at the Best Western Antares Hotel Concorde for two nights. The redline metro stop of Turro is essentially right outside the entrance, so everything to do/see in Milan is extremely accessible. The neighborhood is a tad busy during the day, but quieted down by evening. Carrefour market is next door to stock up on snacks, etc. The lift is small. The room key is an actual physical key - which must be dropped off /picked up every time you leave/come back to the hotel (a tad annoying). The room was of good size, modern enough and furnished in traditional Milanese style, which you may or may not be a fan. Bathroom was practical and functional, yet could use a slight cosmetic upgrade. TV worked well with lots of Italian nation and international (BBC, CNN) channels. WiFi was great. Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Overall, I had great stay and would return.

2 minutes walk from Turro metro. Clean. Large room but no view. Comfortable and quiet, but I understand that this is not always the case. 24 service at desk. Quite a cold atmosphere from the staff but helpful enough. Good family restaurant very close by, but nothing else. You have to use the metro to go anywhere. Metro itself is good, busy at the usual times, but easy to get tickets and very quick to get anywhere, trains running about every ten minutes and clear directions. Good cheapish place to sleep and use as a base to get everywhere but you wouldn't want to stay around the actual area.

This hotel was average for a BW Hotel,the front desk was not very helpful,they certainly didn't go out of their way.The room itself was a family room,very spacious and clean with a large bathroom.The buffet breakfast was good also the restaurant in the hotel was okay.

This is a nice hotel if you have a car, although it is expensive to park. There is a metro very close, and it's less than 10 minutes ride to the old city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front desk is very helpful.

This hotel was not to the standard we would expect from a BW - a shame to say this as we have stayed at many BW hotels and have always found them to be very good, some excellent. This BW was dirty, our room was thick with dust, and the staff were unhelpful. There was no milk available for the refreshments in the room we did get some fresh milk from the restaurant but when that ran out (after a few days) we couldn't get any more despite pressing the hotel staff. The breakfast lacked the basic item of fresh fruit - the tray of fruit put out was mostly mouldy, the pears and kiwi fruits were inedible. The hotel restaurant offered evening meals, we used it once and that was enough, most Italians would be horrified at what was served up. Our mixed salad was an insult. After that we ate at a brilliant family restaurant just up the road by the metro station. HOWEVER THE LOCATION WAS BRILLIANT CLOSE TO THE METRO STATION AND A DIRECT LINE TO MOST OF THE MAJOR ATTRACTIONS.

Well located close to Turro Metro Station. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was normal... We tried to change the shower for a bath but it could not be possible (the reason was that we asked for a standard room) so I do not know if the receptionist could do more for us or she just gave us the easy answer. The room was a little bit noisy as well and you could hear people in the room next to you. The breakfast was almost excelent (I really missed a good orange juice) but Serena was helpful and polite with us bringing us two cappuccinos (even when the coffee machine was quite close to us). I wanted to use the juice maker with the oranges and a bold man (sorry but I could not see his batch) help me nicely.

1.room was non smoking room, entering the room and smelling cigarettes that was not ok. 2, we had our Flight cancelled and we came the day after, we spoke to the staff of the hotel, and they couldn't arrange this type of situation. that was bad for us. anyways. 3. we went to april and Air condition you cant switch it on, due hotel policy. and hell yeah was so hot that week, i opened the window and noise was coming from the street few meters away, sirens, cars , motorbikes, people screaming arrahhah... anyways this hotel was good value for money, breakfast was ok. metro 5mins. cheap supermarket 2mins away. good luck travellers!!!

Hotel was close to metro, which was easy to go to any place in Milan Rooms were average, dull wallpaper (I guess best western style) Reception staff were quite helpful Room cleaning staff were very poor cleaners, kettle in the room was stinking & glasses were not clean We expected more for a Milan hotel (expensive)

We had a great stay. Thank you hotel concorde. The room was large clean beautiful. The location Was great near the turro metro station. We never expected that they will give us room like that at very reasonable price. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay. We will return for sure.

First the good ones, clean and good size rooms, free wifi, reception ok . Near the Metro M1. And Milan's subway is very good. It is located just outside city cntre circle. Just behind the hotel is a grocery store, private parking is available. The rooms are comfortable but you could hear the conversations in the hallway and the adjacent rooms, children just being children and adults talking, TV. Normal, but since the room acoustics are not as good, and as a result we got woken up by all the noise. And when we are awake, it is not fun hearing the loud voices. My daughter wanted to go work out in the gym and was closed. Breakfast is your standard eggs, bread, sausage, fruits, juices, and coffee, etc. Loved the juicer though. But the man waiter was rude in dealing with people. The shower/tube's glass devider leaks on to the floor of the bathroom. Complained about it and it was acted upon but did not really fixed it. The reception were helpfu, courteous, knowledable enough, but a bit slow in our check in. Overall I would have rated it as "Average" but the noisy sound acoustics made ot "Poor". Such a pity when there are some good qualities going for this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night in March with my husband. Wanted somewhere that was easy to get to but didn't want to pay the extortionate prices for hotels near the main train station in Milan (so glad we didn't as the area surrounding the station isn't the best). This hotel is a 2 min walk to the nearest metro stop and the metro is very handy to get around all the sites. In 10-15 mins you can get from the hotel to the Duomo, what more do you need. The metro is also very good value for money, we bought a 24hr ticket each which was just over 4 euros, and hopped on and off the metro as much as we liked. Rooms were clean and spacious for what you pay, safe included in the price which is good. Free wifi with good signal and free maps in the room to take with you - all good for planning your time in Milan. We didn't have the hotel breakfast as when booking online through lastminute.com it pushed the room price up by 50 euros! So we decided to see what the price was at the hotel on the day instead. On the day we realised we'd need to be up early to get our train to leave Milan and probably wouldn't make the most of the buffet breakfast so we decided to buy some brioche from the 24hr supermarket next door the night before and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which was handy for us. We had a room at the back and heard no noise. Black out blind in the room, which contributed to a very nice sleep! Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. We arrived before check in time, planning to just ask if we could leave our bags in a secure luggage room but the staff double checked if the cleaner had cleaned our room already and let us check in early. Good hotel, would recommend to friends and family and would stay if in Milan again.

very nice hotel with metso station close by; located on busy street with stores, supermarket and cafes; staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and nice, free wi fi and small coffee/tea station in the room; overoll very good experience; great breakfast included too

The hotel is great and it's near the metro station .. Just a couple of stations from the city center.. There's Carrefour near to it and multiple restaurants and cafes... The staff is friendly and the rooms is clean .. The food was good too .. I enjoyed every second of the stay .. It was a great trip to Milan I hope I go back soon . I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Milan :)

The service was top, as expected from a Best Western Hotel. It just lacks the personality and the little things that place the hotel in the middle of the local community (If you are inside the hotel, you cannot tell if you are in Italy or France or wherever). So, the hotel is good for business travel but, if you are on a leisure travel, pick a smaller and warmer Italian place to stay, to better personalize your trip.

Remodeled hotel, attentive and kind staff and very good rooms. Fair breakfast, I missed fruits, though. Location a bit far out from the action, however very close by to Subway line1 which takes you anywhere in less than 15-20 min.

A good clean hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and five minutes walk from a Metro station. The only niggle was the 'Hot' Breakfasts were not very hot, but the continental breakfasts were very good. Shower was hot and powerful, rooms were clean,

excellent & convenient location, very friendly staff I should say they are more than staff they are like family members. Nicely designed rooms enough sized bathroom, good food & breakfast, very quiet location. Strongly recommended. this is my second time, even better than last time I am sure it will be much more better next time.

I have chosen this hotel for the position but it satisfied me more than expected. I appreciated the convenience of a free gym and a free covered parking. Breakfast are in line with the good Best Western standards. Rooms are sufficiently soundproofed but slightly hot, I have always switched off the climate during the night. I'll return there.

Hotel is located close to metro. Hotel looks nice when you enter but Reception was not very helpful with directions. The rooms were nice but small - shower was too small for my big frame! Restaurant was right next to Reception - small but adequate. The Restaurant Manager - Marco - was excellent and the chef was fabulous. Could not fault the food at all! Delicious! Elevators are only small so only fits two people at a time. But there are two of them.

Hotel located very close to the metro and so at 5 minutes of center Milano. Very good breakfast buffet BUT didn't get the level of room booked ( room presented in photo gallery with king size bed) and ended in a single bed room in very average room 1 * level with view on parking lot and delivery area with noise associated). Be careful on the room you get!

We visited the exposition in September. The hotel location is ideal to anywhere within the Milan area. The metro is very walkable ( less than 2 blocks). A grocery store is next door.The hotel itself is extremely clean and serviceable. The beds are most comfortable and functional. The breakfasts are more than adequate with a wonderful selection and good coffee. The television was poor, providing only 2 English speaking channels. CNN was unavailable, and only Russian and Chinese TV were all that was available . Both stations were filled with repetitive propaganda and no current news even accessible to us.

It's a lovely hotel with a very helpful staff. The rooms are nicely designed, but the design didn't adequately consider usability. Too few outlets. Most were switched, and it wasn't always clear how to get them on. Heavy glass bathroom door was hard to move, There was some deferred maintenance, i.e., set screws needed tightening, shower drain was slow, thick dust on some out of the way surfaces.. There was no business center. Printing was done via pdf mailed to the front desk. Great breakfast selection, many items were homemade. The warm items could have been warmer. It started a bit late, 0700, but they offered a simple continental breakfast at 0500.

In our trip back to france, we decided to do a scale in Milano, this hotel was perfect for that. We were able to have a room for 4 adults, breakfast included, fitness room, and the TV recognized our HDD full of movies. It is not in the center but with the metro we where there in 5min. It was very nice!

The room was ok, the hotel is close to the station and the metro. BUT the beakfast was a katastrophe. We had to wait for 15minutes ntill we got a free table. Then half of de buffet was empty including bread and coffee and juice. The two service ladies did their best but it was just very bad organised for so many people.

This hotel claims 4 star but I'd give it a 3+. Rooms are clean, but that is what you'd expect from any hotel. Staff is helpfull and efficient but that's it. No 'extra mile' to make you feel at home. Housekeeping lacks eye for detail. They did not replace an empty toilet paper roll. They changed curtains while we where in the room. The same thing extends to the breakfast. Its clean, efficient but lacks the quality you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Eg. The orange juce was 'watery'. The was very litle choice. I have seen better 4 star hotels. On the positive side there is a 24/7 convinient store right next to the hotel, it's 50 meter from the subway witch takes you in minutes to the City center. You will need this as there is nothing much to do in the neighbourhood. For dinner I'd recomend you take the subway to LIMA station where there is more choice.

We had a quick check in, with good info where the next metro station is situated (3 minutes away). The room was very big and good furnished. The bathroom left no wishes open. The breakfast was a typical Italian Style. Unfortunately the room for breakfast is in the basement. The hotel has a very small lift. There has been a good supermarket next door, good for us to travel further and buy some groceries.

The hotel looks nice and modern from the outside but gives an impression of being old inside. Breakfast was very good. It is only one minute walk from the Metro station. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. The night rate was high but it seems that it is par for the course in Milan

We travelled as a family and used this hotel during our visit to Milan. We wanted somewhere easy to reach, as we were arriving into Milan by train. This place could hardly have been easier to get-to, just a short hop on the subway from Milan's main train station. The hotel is what yo would expect from a Best Western: Good service, Clean and well-presented. Clearly used by business travellers, we got a good rate and the room size was good for a family travelling. Visiting the main sights and attractions in Milan is a doddle, with the subway being right on the doorstep. The hotel bar/restaurant we found a little expensive.
