Best Western Premier Executive Residency Medicine Hat

This establishment was very clean, updated rooms and had service to match. Upon arrival, front end manager was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient at his job. No time wasted checking in and providing a adequate overview of the facility and expectations. Rooms very clean, bedding was comfortable and the overall stay was one of the best in Alberta!

While on a recent vacation to western Canada we stayed in 8 different hotels (7 Best Westerns) and the BW in Medicine Hat was by far the best. In the rockumentary “This is Spinal Tap” the guitar player explains that his amplifier not only goes to 10 but beyond to 11. This can be said about the service and facility at the Best Western Premier Executive Residency in Medicine Hat which were “amp'd up” beyond 10. Thank-you.

This is probably the best Best Western we have stayed in, the check in was great the gentleman was very professional and found a room that matched our request. Rooms are very clean and very big with comfortable beds.There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as a smaller little bar area. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Medicine Hat.

This hotel was the most racist hotel i have ever been too me and my family are brown and we were staying there for a while and they treated us like we were garbage basically other people got free water but we had to pay for it and when my siblings ate the fruits they had at the front they removed the fruit bowl from us so its no longer there and the front desk complained abt non stop calling us dirty and we werent we cleaned our own room before they came in to clean cuz the front desk said they had too and saying we cant wipe our makeup off on the towels the house keepers said it was okay since they have alot yk the front desk had a problem and made us wipe our makeup off with black cloths and still got mad at us for the makeup on the cloths and my mom talked to the housekeeping and they said themselves the front desk complained abt us all the time

New hotel with great amenities and convenient location. Staff was very good, all friendly and helpful. Location was across from shopping area with many dining choices. Hotel was spotless. Rooms were very large with a small kitchen and a safe.

This hotel exceeded expectations! Rooms were good, clean, do ask to be higher rooms as can hear water running above you, but the staff are great~ the breakfast room is certainly worth the stay! Dennys on site and Bar one are handy. Good location

This hotel is new and absolutely first class in every aspect. When we arrived to our room my 6 year old grandson described it as ‘luxury'. Staff exceeded my expectations from checking in, housekeeping and the breakfast, which was plentiful, fresh and hot!

We had a fantastic stay at this Great hotel. Very clean rooms, lobby with Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and good quality. Brand new hotel with modern carpet, furniture and bathroom. Staff were very accommodating. We would definitely go back to this hotel

This hotel was beautiful. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The room had a fully stocked kitchen, cooktop range with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery. The fridge was medium size with a freezer. Keurig coffee machine. There was a breakfast smorg included which had hot items, as well as cereal, yogurt and pastries. If this was not to your liking a Denny's restaurant was attached to the hotel.

We always enjoy our experience at this location. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is the best that we've encountered on our travels. The made to order omelettes are always a bonus. The employees are friendly and efficient.

The pool was great. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel room was well above standard and super clean. I would stay in this location again. It was perfect for a family of six. The only negative I can say is that they need to fresh pancake makers during the buffet.

Love the selection of pillows. Very comfortable bed. Staff amazing and friendly, extra special with our dog ♥️. Grounds are well cared for and scenic. Amazing, beyond words, complimentary breakfast. We plan our trips around this hotel !!

This is a beautiful, new hotel with huge, well-appointed rooms. We stayed on the fifth floor with a view of the prairie in the distance. The breakfast was wonderful and there were gluten-free options including made-to-order omelettes. We will stay here the next time we are in Medicine Hat.

Hotel was clean and front desk staff friendly and professional. If you plan to participate in the continental breakfast, get there early. We showed up just under a 1/2 hour before the breakfast was ending and there wasn't much left to choose from. There was no bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, hash browns or cream for coffee, They will indicate there is more food coming, but don't believe them and go find a proper restaurant.

Having stayed before, we knew we would have a comfortable night's sleep after 13 hrs on the road. Beds are just right, rooms are large and DH loves the fresh made omelets alongside the other hot breakfast items. We head through Medicine Hat yearly and regularly make this a stop.

Good location for a family road trip. Close to other amenities, good service and good breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms.

this was our third stay in Medicine Hat and the first time in this hotel . We certainly will stay here next time the location was great , the breakfast was very good . The room was very clean and the beds super comfy . Every employee was very friendly and helpful. A great stay

Easy to find, lots of parking, super friendly and attentive staff. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and was conducted by a very friendly, informative staff member. Fresh fruit and cold water station next to check-in was a nice inviting way ot enter the lobby. 3-5 minutes walk to the mall, major brand name stores, coffeeshops and a host of restaurants. Room extremely comfortable, very quiet and well laid out. In-room safe was a nice surprise! Very comfortable queen beds and at least 6 pillows of different density on each bed! Lots of clean fluffy towels and the double room darkening blinds were fantastic! (our 2nd floor room faced Southeast) Thermostat was very easy to read (extra large print and icons) and very easy to use. Breakfast: Everything hot and ready to get your day kickstarted! Did not have time to wait for an omelet but the ones I saw coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic! Staff were very quick to keep everything well stocked and very quick at keeping entire dining area very clean. We really appreciated the attention to the cleanliness! Always a "Good morning/afternoon/evening/day" from any staff you met. Did not use gym but it had all the basic equipment necessary for a good cardio or weight workout. Did not use the pool either, but the kids sure looked like they were having a blast with the waterslide! For us, BW is the only way to go if your in Medicine Hat!

The breakfast was not what up to what Best Western usually has. We were told they had used the yogurt for that day and they wouldn't put more out. Most of the food was cold, if it was there as in eggs, sausage and potato patties. The bacon didn't get refilled until we were ready to leave.

Generally, we were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Executive Residency Hotel in Medicine Hat. Our room was very clean, and I was very impressed with the breakfast that is offered to all hotel patrons. I was disappointed at "check out", however. I understand that every hotel needs to charge a damage deposit when checking into the hotel. This was done in Medicine Hat. However, at check out, the deposit is supposed to be removed. My VISA account showed an additional $100.00 charge. I made hotel staff aware of my concern. They mentioned that they did remove the charge, and my bank is a little slow in removing the charge from my account. So far, my bank does not agree with this explanation.

Superb new hotel on the outskirts of Medicine Hat just off the transcanada. The rooms are spoteless, extremely well maintained and look very new. We stayed with a dog and they were very welcoming of pets, putting us in a lower floor and the stairs exit straight outside although you can only get back in throught the main lobby. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time with a good selection and custom omlettes but with a far better system for this than I have seen in the few locations that offer this. My wife and daughter stayed here a couple of years ago but this was the first time I visited and it was still as good as they had said. We will definitely be back next time we pass through Medicine Hat!

Stayed here for a family event so we had 4 rooms. The hotel fit absolutely all requirements. Clean, comfortable, great pool facilities, complimentary breakfast way above average, good parking. The staff were very helpful AND the price was very reasonable. As we hadn't all seen each other in quite some time, there was lots of catching up to do and we were able to sit in the comfortable breakfast area in the afternoon and feel right at home.

The Hotel is new and modern. The facilities like pool has slides and really cool. The fitness room's equipments are modern ones and the great one is the steam room!!!! Awesome hotel!!! The staffs are nice, professional, approachable and proactive!!! The hotel is close to amenities!!!

No disability room on the ground floor and this is a newly built hotel. This is disgusting in this day and age why disabled people CANNOT have accommodation on the ground floor. I was on there top floor and we had an emergency that night that some child was trying to cook a bagel at 10.45 pm and a Staff member helped me but another Lady was on the top floor and she was disabled too. This is insane putting disabled rooms on the 2/3/4/5 floors. Best Western should be ashamed of themselves and especially the architects and builders. Next day I spoke to the Manager Natalie and she was great and understood but I was traumatized by what happened, as if it was a fire would we disabled perished or what !!!!!

Our stay was as expected from a Best Western. Complimentary Breakfast with made to order omelets. Enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are in the area in the future

What a great place to spend the night while travelling across Canada in an RV. Exceeded any expectations we had. We had a double queen, pet friendly room with a fully stocked kitchenette. The price was very reasonable. We used the pool, steam room, slide & sauna & everything was in immaculate condition. Parking for a 30' RV wasn't a problem. Breakfast was delicious! Couldn't have been better!

This hotel was top notch and I'm so happy I booked here while in town for my conference. Hot breakfast served every morning with plenty of seating and they even have an omelet station where you can order omelettes, French toast etc. I stayed in the king kitchenette suite which was very spacious. I had everything available to cook my meals. 2 burner stove top, cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes, cups, toaster, coffee maker, pot holders, bowls to store food. FULL size fridge which I appreciated so much. Bathroom had FULL sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly. Gym was equipped with everything I needed. Pool and Steam room were wonderful after hitting the gym. Hot tub was unfortunately out of order so I wasn't able to use it. Overall I was super impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff were very kind and accommodating when my flight got in early and they put a rush on getting my room ready so I could check in early. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Medicine Hat. Cleanest hotel I've ever been to and I travel a-lot.

Very clean and spacious rooms Great steam room and hot tub, My room was large and nicely setup Parking is somewhat tight if driving a large truck but still doable Was a bit disappointed that the coffee machine was only free for the basic coffee and the nicer options had to be paid for , Overall this is a very nice place to stay and very nice staff !

The hotel rooms are very noisy; you can hear guests from the walls and the ceiling. Do not waste your money on a kitchen unit. There is no sink, and you must use the bathroom sink to wash dishes. The bathroom sink tap has a horrible design. The faucet is a kitchen faucet, so you cannot wash your face or brush your teeth without twisting around the faucet. It is a good location, but this hotel lacks soundproofing.

We arrived late at night and even though its off the Trans Canada Highway its not a direct route to the hotel. I'm not sure of advertising and exit information on the highway because we were coming through town from Calgary and weren't looking since we thought we had a general idea of where we were going. We did have to enter it on the GPS to find it. Well worth it. In the future we will always select this hotel to stay at..

Friendly service, cleanly with lovely rooms, overall a good experience. i would stay at this hotel again. Only complaint would be the air conditioning/heating unit is quite loud when kicking on and off.

I have stayed at this hotel on three separate overnight visits to Medicine Hat. It's located near other hotels with similar pricing, but this one has always been clean & quiet for me. Decent hot breakfast provided/included in room rate. I enjoy evening meals in the attached Denny's, but upstairs in the bar area (with pool table & slot machines) - not in the downstairs 'Denny's area.

We stayed here once when we were stopped by a snow storm and knew this year we would choose this hotel on our way back to Saskatchewan through Medicine Hat after staying in Alberta. The quality of service the cleanliness of the rooms, the amazing breakfast, and the convenience of being on the edge of town are the main reason for choosing it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I originally booked this hotel because of the EV charging but I will come back for other amenities too like a delicious breakfast, covered motorcycle parking and the pool. Also really appreciated the sustainability initiatives like using real dishes and cutlery for the breakfast.

Very impressed, staff super friendly, rooms were so clean . Hotel is fairly new and it shows. Really would recommend staying here. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Close to main highway, easy accessible.

This was such a great property to stay at! I was booked in for a long term stay, so my dogs were travelling with me. The staff were super welcoming to them, always stopping to have a pet and give the occasional treat. Breakfast bar was fantastic - loved the pancake machine and the made to order omelets. Room was pretty quiet - didn't hear anyone above or beside me - but my bed was so comfy it didn't take long to fall asleep anyways. I also had a great little kitchenette in my suite for when I just wanted to stay in. Didn't use the pool, but it was always busy! Thank you BWP Medicine Hat for providing a great home while away from home!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We had the family suite. It had very spacious living room and a superb full kitchen. It was fresh, clean, welcoming and felt new. For the price you can't beat this! I highly recommend this hotel as your go to place if you happen to come across Medicine Hat.

We travelled quite extensively this summer from BC to Regina. We used this location 3 different times and they did not let us down. Service, breakfast, location, shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. In our opinion it is perfect. Too bad the other best western were not up to these standards

Best hotel of our entire trip. Safe area close to all stores and restaurants. Huge room, nice bathroom and awesome breakfast. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but looked nice and clean. Also they take carbon monoxide poisoning seriously and had an alarm plugged in. Normally we bring our own. This is the only hotel we saw use this.

Rooms are beautiful and very large and comfortable!! Breakfast was AWESOME! They have a wide variety, bacon, sausage, Hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast varieties, made to order omelets, cold items, yogurt, etc. This is an Awesome place to stay, will be staying there anytime travelling through Medicine Hat!

An enjoyable stay. I was just passing thru so I only stayed one night but everything was perfect. Clean, large room. Friendly staff. Easy access from Trans-Canada Hwy with lots of services close by. Lots of dining choices - and skip the dishes will room deliver. Thanks, Best Western so far my ON to BC road trip has been made so much easier by being able to stop at your locations after a long drive.

Staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Couple problems which were addressed by staff- weak water pressure, faux drawer in bathroom fell off and our room was by elevator so there was a constant noise emitting from the wall. Would still stay there again.

Very comfortable beds. Denny's attached to the hotel. We had drinks at the bar near the front desk later in the evening (could bring it back to the room which was nice) and the Old Fashioned was very good. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Crispy bacon, made to order french toast and omelettes! I The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful and clean hotel. Well maintained and you can tell that there is a sense of pride in the standards that they keep. Breakfast was delicious and they even had an omlet station. Our only complaint was that the pillows are way too large and hard, but we would stay here again.

Had to stay 1 night in Medicine Hat. This property is definitely worth the cost. Cleanliness that is second to none and a breakfast bar that surpasses a lot of restaurants I have visited. The only downfall would have been the hot tub jets not having a lot of pressure. Other than that, I could live in this property!!!!

I felt good about my stay as soon as I walked up to the front desk. The gentleman who waited on me had just printed out my reservation information before I arrived. He was very courteous and helpful. The beds are luxurious, and the view from my room was inviting. I was very pleased with my experience.

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were great! Breakfast was fantastic and if you didn't wNt what they were offering you can walk down the hall to the restaurant. The rooms were clean and even the hallways were cool!

Easily accessible hotel off Highway 1. Tons of amenities within walking distance. Room was more than adequate, bed was very comfortable, nice sheets/pillows/quilt. Had a ‘handicap' room as per requested. Shower was fabulous, plenty of towels High respect for privacy. Very quiet rooms. A positive stay when in Medicine Hat. Have to add the delux coffee machine was extremely welcomed

The bed was SO comfortable. I actually slept in…I NEVER sleep in!! The Friday I woke up I looked at the clock and I had slept in two full hours past when I usually get up. That tells me that thses beds are amazing.

The breakfast variety was amazing, and they have a huge selection of celiac safe items including a separate toaster that is gluten free that the breakfast lady only has access to to keep it gf. We had the jacuzzi room which was such an amazing room.

We were impressed with this hotel. Lots of comfortable amenities for guest. The breakfast was great, lots of options both hot and cold, and the latte machine in the lobby was enjoyable! The room was comfortable, everything was in like new condition and the decor was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stop in Medicine Hat on the way home. Very comfortable beds in a well outfitted suite. The breakfast buffet and omlette bar is a great touch! We would highly recommend this hotel and would make it our first choice if we are ever back in the Medicine Hat area.

Suite with full kitchen wery nice set up, applience,s a little undersized, very comfortabe space with Jacuzie and King Bed, our dinner went very well even due to the stove not reaching hi enough heat Would stay again

We stayed one night while visiting relatives. Hotel is just off the highway, very modern deco, clean and inviting. Check-in was quick, receptionist very friendly. The morning complementary breakfast was very good, lots of choices. We had one small issue with the TV remote but the manager Brandon was quick to reprogram the remote. Would rate them 5 out of 5.

We live close to Medicine Hat, but do staycations with our extended family often. For the last 15 years we have exclusively stayed at a different hotel in town. After many disappointing stays there we decided to try this hotel instead. From booking 5 rooms with different requirements, changing room types, accommodating pets, accommodating kids parties, sending extra bedding, they were kind, helpful, and pleasant. Then when we walked in and the former manager of our old favorite hotel was standing there, I could have cried!! He was so kind to us at the last place, and when he left that hotel started to decline. The beds are wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff are possibly the best we've encountered in all our travels in recent years. The breakfast was amazing. Knowing one of the managers and how amazing he was at the last place just puts the cherry on the cake for us. Thank you Brandon and everyone else for the fantastic stay. We will see you soon and often.

Was easily able to register for our family to use a free night I had picked up this past summer. The room was large and spacious, the pool and waterslide were great fun, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Clean lobby, clean rooms, great breakfast, staff was also helpful and friendly. Only tip would be to maybe ask for top floor as they have (highway/pipeline??) workers there that get up early to leave for work.

I stayed at this hotel for my daughters 6th and 8th birthday parties. The queen bedroom suite was super spacious and accommodating for them and their friends who slept over. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again anytime I need a hotel in the Hat.

This location is a favourite of mine. The front desk staff are so efficient and friendly. The beds are so comfortable and the room so nice and clean. Omelette bar at breakfast is a bonus. I've stayed here several times and it's always been a great experience.

We had a spacious room with an excellent bed. The hot breakfast was exceptional. Internet access was hit and miss. This was a convenient location for travellers and close to restaurants. We would certainly stay here again

This was our first visit and we were truly impressed, not only with the hotel and services provided but also by the efficient and friendly staff from the time we first made our reservation. Their breakfast is the best we have ever had, from choice of food, it's display….and service. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and most importantly very clean. Would highly recommend.

Upon asking for room service many time. Staff don't care about the request and have rude and lame exuses. Other than that breakfast was good. Hotel was pretty mew constructed so everything works fine.

We were doing some traveling and choose to try a Best Western for our last night (rest was booked by the wedding that we were attending). This hotel and staff surpassed all my expectations. I wish the wedding accommodations for out of towners was here instead of where we did stay. Any future trips, will always be at a Best Western going forward. I am picky, I will admit, but could not find one single thing to complain/criticize. Definitely a destination stay on your vacation destination.

We stayed one night on our way to Saskatoon. We booked a King Room. Very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable and pillows (pretty rare) very good. Room nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with omelette station, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns etc. Staff efficient and friendly. Gym, ok not great missing a few machines. Definitely recommend.

Hotel Suite was very clean and roomy, service at hotel and restaurant were efficient and speedy. The beds were excellent and we had a good sleep after our days travel. We had some difficulty finding the hotel.

This hotel has some of the best staff of anywhere we have ever stayed. The front desk staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming. Very quick to solve any small problems. Also the free breakfast with fresh omelet station and very friendly staff was a great surprise. The property is also very clean with very comfy beds.

My husband and I stopped at this hotel for an overnight on our way to Saskatchewan. Our plans had changed and we had a big cooler of frozen food. The staff moved things around in their freezer to acc9modate our food. Very kind. The room was large, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. Omelets made fresh to order, bacon, and all the regulars. Tons Romas restaurant is less than a five minute walk and a Denny's is attached. Very nice hotel.

This is the only hotel I stay at. There beds are very comfortable, their rooms are spacious, especially when needing room to work. Staff are so friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Their breakfast is really good too!!

This hotel was very clean and our suite was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but pancake machine kept on breaking down but rest of food was good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was relaxing. Hotel rooms were very clean and fresh. Would recommend staying. We will be staying again in the future. Only one downfall is that Ice/Pop machines are only on the 2nd and 4th floors.

Travelled for a tournament - it was an extremely busy weekend in Medicine Hat, but you would've never known by the level of service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and so willing to accommodate. The rooms were spotless (and I mean spotless)….maybe the cleanest I've seen. Comfy beds, great pillows, SO MANY options for breakfast (an omelette station!), and the kids had a blast on the waterslides. Would recommend this place 100 times over when staying in Medicine Hat!

We travelled with our 2 tiny dogs. We had a beautiful room! Most pet friendly hotels stick you in smelly old rooms to accommodate pets, not here! New, clean rooms with comfy beds and a kitchen. Friendly staff, good breakfast and we also noticed that the rooms are very quiet. Didn't hear neighbours, people in the hall etc. Great location. Pool and restaurant were enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent one night at the Best Western Premier Executive Residency in Medicine Hat on our way back from Calgary; the hotel is brand new and it has a big free parking lot; it is very well maintained and our bedroom was perfect, extremely clean and very comfortable. For breakfast, there was a great choice of fresh and dry products, such as fruits, granola cereals, waffles, and very good coffee. We wish we could have stayed longer and we will go again on our next western trip.

We started staying here a couple of years ago when we discovered medicine Hat had a best Western Hotel. They are an excellent firm and everyone makes us feel comfortable and welcome. They also allow us to bring our bicycles into our room to give us peace of mind that they will be safe. Besides a Denny's attached to the hotel there are a number of other excellent places to eat within walking distance. The hotel is also very easy to get to from the #1 highway

Really enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the Denny's attached to the hotel. We had every comfort that we needed and then we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The hotel management was very helpful and courteous also.

Have been staying here since it opened. Staff are amazing. Breakfast bar is great with lots of choices. Patio is wonderful to sit and have a glass of wine…I mean water. Staff are fantastic and Natalie does a great job in ensuring staff have the tools to exceed everyone's needs. Glad that new guy left….he was holding everyone back (hahahah). Looking forward to a golf trip in August.

awesome hot breakfast (May 2022), nice rooms, nice staff, excellent! Hotel was built recently, maybe 2020 or newer? so everything is in pretty good shape there. Staff was super nice, the hotel manager was there working hard and was extra attentive. If in Medicine Hat, stay here

I was told it's about 2 years old hotel building, Staff are friendly, very clean hotel rooms, easy access from highway but very quiet, local shopping nearby in minutes walking distances, easy parking, breakfast area setup well clean and good food. Will stay again.

We will be back. Best in town. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice. Hotel is very modern and is in close walking distance to everything you need. Having wallmart so close is handy. Tony Romas was a good dinner spot

This brand new hotel is beyond beautiful. The king room was massive. The breakfast area is restaurant quality with an omelette person to custom make you one with plentiful food. Coffee and blackberry lemonade was available all day. The design of this hotel was the most beautiful I have ever seen. It is brand new. When you think that a breakfast out costs 15-20 per person, the price of the hotel is worth it. Also there is an outdoor patio area with fire tables and a TV and BBQs if you want to bbq for yourself. There is also an adult only steam room with the pool and hot tub area. I was completely blown away by this property. Well done Best Western Premiere- I will be looking for you every place I go now!

This hotel has good things happening here. The hotel Breakfast is one of the best in Alberta south. The on-site restaurant and adjoining bar are clean and have courteous friendly staff. A good variety of food and priced for a low / moderate budget. The pool and Hot Tub where very clean with access to an outdoor sunning area The sunning area has cozy chairs, a TV to watch the game and a BBQ for a real tailgate experience.

It is a great hotel, brand new with nicely appointed rooms, attached restaurant and bar, close to shopping and the pool area and hot tub area is clean. However!!!!.......I left my jacket in the room closet...my bad......and I phoned as soon as I got home. Apparently, nothing was turned in to Lost and Found, neither that day or the next. Either it was taken by housekeeping or the next client. Makes me really sad.

Must stay, beautiful NEW property. Clean, safe, friendly, personal staff. Comfortable rooms. Asked for a quiet room. Was provided room on the top floor which was nice. They have a room quieting blind which dampens the noise from the adjacent highway number 1. As well, the windows are thick so again, traffic noise is minimal. Slept like a baby! Facilities, steam room, pool, huge water slide, hot tub, patio area. In the morning, come down for a personally prepared deluxe omelet! Love this place!

Cost efficient, very clean and best breakfast! Stayed here as a half way spot in a very long drive. The mattress was so comfy, room spotless. At the price point I expected quite a lot less but wow, was I pleasantly surprised!

Lovely, newer rooms in great location. Amenities are perfect and great. Delicious breakfast that includes something for everyone. I forgot my toothpaste and they have complimentary amenities available.

Regular guests in hotel when we're in town. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. Thank you everyone! We got there late in the evening and the lady at the counter was welcoming and friendly. Even if she was tired, she didn't show it. I would have appreciated more human interaction by the staff not continuing to wear masks. It's time to get back to human interaction. I have an earing problem and had difficulty hearing through mask.

This was my first hotel stay since the pandemic and I was very impressed with the level of service, quality of amenities and the attention to detail to ensure that the safety of both clients and staff were adhered to.

Very nice hotel, clean and no complaints. They do not do daily room cleaning which was fine with us. They would provide anything you needed, extra towels, shampoo etc. rooms are very quiet even though they are next to Highway 1.

Loved the lobby with tables that we got together to play games at in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and close to where we had supper so we could walk back. Check in and out went smoothly. would and have recommended to others already!!

Had opportunity to spend one night at this hotel and we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying a second night, The facility is very clean, staff are very freindly and accomodating, the steam room was awesome, Breakfast with the omelet bar as one of the offerings was great. The rooms are nicely laid out and quiet. We stayed on the fourth floor both nights but in different rooms on opposite sides of the hotel and both rooms were wonderful. Plan to stay here again in the future,

Overall very good experience reception staff was very attentive and kind to our requirements. Room was very clean and the space was very adequate to move around . TV is large size offers a overal very good picture quality. We ordered from the Dennis and it was delivered at our room fairly quickly. Water pressure was very adequate and warm. Overall very good stay the price is little more costly but fair.

This is a fairly new property and it shows. The owners have done a great job with the physical property and the staff are friendly and well trained. There are less expensive places to stay in Medicine Hat but this hotel delivers on value.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a hockey tournament. We got the suits with kitchenette and the room was huge!! It was super clean as it is THE most important thing for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable! Pool area is excellent as well! Definitely recommend!!!

Stayed two nights as renos were being accomplished in our apartment. Food and service was great, 4.99 for chicken wings in Bar One was awesome. Room service meals were very tasty. Room was very clean and well appointed. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast is awesome, bacon done perfectly, fresh eggs,etc. We will satyr again, this was our second great stay at teh BW in theHat. Denny's was great as well.

My husband, our friends, our kids, our dog and I stayed here for New Year's Eve as a little get away. It was the most fun we've had together since the beginning of the pandemic. Our kids enjoyed the pool and massive water slide. The breakfast had a ton of options and was so delicious. We will be coming back at the end of the month for another stay-cation! Thanks so much ☺️

Stayed for 7 nights and had a delicious hot breakfast each morning. Very quiet with blackout shades to make it even more quiet. Due to Covid the housekeeping was limited but they provided us with every need. I did not miss the daily housekeeping at all.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It was clean and customer service was top notch. Breakfast was great and included an omelette station. The pool was great size and hot tub and steam room fun too.

Everything you need for an extended stay. The only thing that need to be improved is a better selection of pillows. I had all big fluffy pillows and I prefer thinner pillows. Although the staff had given me extra pillows upon request, so it is of no fault of the staff.

Nice hotel, great staff, great room, and the included breakfast was as good as a restaurant. We went on a bus with our son's hockey team and the staff was very accommodating. The rooms are very nice and the whole property was very clean.

This newer hotel is conveniently located for travellers and has a nice sized eating area, with real scrambled eggs (not powdered ones). Was a little let down by the lack of attention (read amenities) for being a Diamond member.

This is a nice, new hotel in Medicine Hat. We enjoyed the room. The bed was comfy and the small Kitchenette was handy. We used the sofa bed and it was about as good as a sofa bed can get. We had fun in the pool, although it was a tad chilly. The room came with a hefty price tag compared to other hotels in Medicine Hat, but we wanted to try it out because it was new. It's not an economy option by any means. Our only complaint was the noise. There were a couple LOUD rooms around us and the walls are thin. We heard them walking around, yelling, crying, talking, etc. I don't understand why people aren't more considerate at hotels - they might be there to party, but other families are there to get a good sleep. It's very frustrating when you're trying to get your child to sleep while listening to the neighbour rooms rowdiness. I wish during construction that hotels would spend a little extra to sound proof their rooms. Overall, if this hotel is in your price range it's a good option with nicely appointed, modern rooms. Although beware that it can get noisy if the guests in rooms around you are inconsiderate.

Very modern hotel, large rooms. Hotel staff was great. The staff running the breakfast was exceptional, quick at checking our proof of vaccinations to get us in to sit down. They were very good at keeping everything clean.

We enjoyed our stay in room 223. Although the room had a bit of an odor, it was spacious and so comfortable. The lobby is trendy and even has a cozy sitting area. The hot pool was so relaxing, and the pool and waterslide also looked like fun. The breakfast was wonderful, including made to order omelettes along with the waffle station. One of the cooks was very intense, but she provided good food. :)

We had a wonderful road trip to Medicine Hat Alberta and our stay at the Best Western Premier was well worth the trip! The service at the front desk was exceptional (Bannetta) Thank you and the staff at breakfast exceeded all expectations! They have an omelette and French toast bar for made to order omelets and French toast, as well many other breakfast choices. The room was comfortable and overall clean and a quiet facility. Would recommend staying at this hotel! This hotel will always be our hotel of choice when in Medicine Hat. The only recommendation I would make to the hotel maintenance staff, is to check into the bathroom hardware, nothing degrades a room more than towel racks falling off the wall.

This is a great hotel to stay at, very easy to find when travelling and easy exit access when travelling west. Checkin was good, value for the accommodation was good. Great added feature having a Denny's and Bar One attached to the hotel. The service and the food in Bar One was excellent and so nice not to have to go searching for a restaurant after a long day of driving. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nicely decorated and modern. Would highly recommend this hotel and will absolute return when in the area.

Travelling across Canada with my brother and his dog. Decided to stay at the Best Western a few times along the way. Really enjoyed our stay for one night at the BW in Medicine Hat. Was comfortable and clean which is all we needed for the night with the dog.

We. We're headed to Calgary from Manitoba to visit family. Medicine Hat is a easy drive and this hotel is very new. It is located near the transcanada highway and adjacent to a mall, which we visited. Hotel was quit on Thanksgiving Monday and we had the pool to ourselves that night.Room was quiet. Custom homemade omelet was great for breakfast. All the staff were courteous some friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

VERY nice best western close to the airport but no noise from the airport or anything else. the rooms are huge and very nicely appointed with kitchens in each room. the internet was good. the breakfast was very good and hot and many choices. the rate for CALGARY was also very reasonable.

Hotel, room, service and amenities were above expectations. The hotel is new very clean, staff are attentive and helpful, the hotel is quiet and amenities are great. They have a pool, fitness area, BBQ area outside with TV , attached to Denny's and offers pool to play as well.

I rate my hotel stays on having a very clean environment and no issues with room or personnel.My stay at the Best Western was a 10 all around. I had a very clean room, the hotel was well maintained.. I slept well. Check in was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and pretty well anything else you would be looking for. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the breakfast. I left to early. It did have an omelette station which is something I have rarely seen in a breakfast included hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms, very good value for the hotel rates. Very clean! Breakfast was very good. They have an omelette and French toast bar for made to order omelettes and French toast. Also the usual assortment of breads, and bagels. They had almond milk for coffee or cereal which was impressive. Would recommend staying at this hotel! The only recommendation I would make to the hotel, is to use unscented laundry detergent. The scent in the bedding was fairly strong.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The top sheet on the bed was ragged. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and breakfast was unavailable in the hotel. I was very surprised that we were charged over $20 per day for parking, as this was never mentioned when I booked the room. All in all a decent stay with a few disappointments.

Staff was helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and clean with a great complimentary breakfast. I will stay at the Best Western Premier Executive an all my business and personal travel while in Medicine Hat Alberta.

We arrived at the hotel around 6Pm and had to wait as no one there to check us in. When we went to our room we only had 4 towels for the 6 of us. So back to front desk to get 2 more towels. Then we decided to check the bedding to make sure it was clean etc. Our sofa bed had no sheets on it. So another phone call to desk to have them bring up sheets, blankets etc. I really do not feel that when I book a hotel room and list 6 people as coming that I should get to hotel and have to then make my own beds. This is ridiculous. Off to the pool we went. Again only 1 pool towel so back to front desk again to let the staff know. Clearly the hotel needs more staff as it was the same staff member who then also brought in pool towels. Overall the room was clean, breakfast was good.(Liked the ability to order omelette and french toast) as at least this way there is less exposure to people coughing or breathing over food as it is prepared behind Plexi glass. Masks are mandatory now but some people continued to go up to buffet and grab food or drink without mask on. I did see one staff member walk over and give a mask to a person without one. However he did not put it on. Kids like the water slide. Location was good for visiting family. Overall for a new hotel nothing spectacular to write about.

I had another great stay at this property. The room was comfortable, wireless internet free, and the pool and hot tub great. The free breakfast in the morning was very good and included made to order omelets. Definitely a great place to stay if you are in the area.

My husband and I and our dog needed to overnight in Medicine Hat and when I looked up "Best Hotel for pets", Tripadvisor brought up the Best Western and the review was 100% correct! We knew we'd be checking in late, but even at 2am the staff were friendly AND they'd upgraded our king suite. It was a wonderful surprise! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel and the room were spotless and everyone seemed to like our dog! Even the other guests were friendly-it's as if the pleasantness of the hotel and staff affected the guests as well. A smile goes a long way! We will definitely be back! Thank you Best Western for the great stay!

Stopped here on the way through town for the night. Great spot - right on the highway for easy access. Nice and quick check in and check out process, room was very clean, a great staff, and a yummy breakfast provided on our way out.

This is an excellent hotel. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and our room was very quiet. It is in a great location, just off the TCH. The breakfast was very good by the standards of the large chains. Importantly to us, because we have two small dogs, it is pet-friendly.

The staff were all very friendly and personable. The hotel was very quiet and pleasantly decorated with all the amenities .The breakfast included with your stay was a pleasant surprise with a freshly made omelet bar along with all the other regular continental items. The location of this hotel is also ideal, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Quite a new hotel. It was quiet and the rooms were clean. The internet worked very well. Great selection of exercise equipment. They have a hot tub and little pool with water slide. Breakfast was great as they have an omelet bar and a great selection of other breakfast items.

A newer hotel conveniently located off the highway with lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The hotel, lobby and rooms are well executed and tastefully finished. Looks like a higher end hotel. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Being a newer hotel everything is clean and in great working order. Breakfast had ample amounts and good variety including hot items like eggs, omelettes, sausage, bacon, potatoes along with the usual cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Good size pool and hot tub. Lots of on site services with business center, laundry, etc. Staff was exceptional - all very cheerful, friendly and went out of their way to say hello or ask if you needed anything. Some of the best staff we've ever encountered at a hotel! Would highly recommend staying here. We will definetely return and stay next time we are in the Hat!

To start, rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. A special shout out to the front desk staff who went above and beyond. Not only were our questions and changes dealt with quickly and correctly, they went out of their way to help my 2 sons who had purchased some rc cars and couldn't open the remotes. Without hesitation, Brandon (I think) found a screwdriver and even some extra batteries and they could not have been happier. Best customer service I have received in a long while. Add to all that a clean pool area, workout room and a tasty and easy breakfast, the stay was care free and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the hat.

The room, pool and continental breakfast were fantastic. The reason cleanliness was rated average as the were some things missed that we felt should have been cleaner. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend!!

Best Western works hard for it's customers and this new property in Medicine Hat lives up to it. What a wonderful place to stay. They even let us keep our e-bikes in our room to keep them safe. Will definitively return

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. I will be back on a regular basis. The rooms are very clean and the lounge bar is perfect for getting some work done and having a beverage.

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. We have stayed at many places to visit family and friends but this was def one of the nicest. Everything was very clean, staff were friendly. They have an awesome patio that had loungers and BBQ's. The Denny's attached has a great bar menu and the food was fantastic. The fitness facility was fully stocked even if you enjoy REAL workouts. They also had steam room and pretty cool waterslide/ pool. The room we stayed in felt like a vegas theme with the colours and Tv's. Would def stay again and recommend it.

I work on the road for weeks at a time and this is by far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff is awesome, the rooms are beyond expectations and the outdoor patio is ideal for kicking back and watching the game with friends or collogues.

This is one of the newer hotels in Medicine Hat. I found the room was quite sparse but that was probably due to being booked into an accessible room (despite stating I did not require it). The shower in the room leaked into the bathroom because the curtain did not go all the way to the floor (it was a walk/roll-in shower). Internet was good and parking was free. The pool was closed due to COVID (which is interesting as Saskatchewan hotel pools are open with reduced capacity). The really bright spot was the complementary breakfast. They had made to order omelets and a full hot breakfast despite COVID restrictions. They package up your breakfast and you take it to your room. Overall, it was a great stay.

When we booked this three night trip to Medicine Hat we had some very good prior travel experiences with Best Western Hotels. Since we drive a new plug in hybrid car, we where so surprised that the charging stations where included in our hotel stay. So cool! We used the charging station every day. Rooms where simple but very functional. Excellent customer service, even through the covid times. The included hot breakfast buffet was another great benefit.

This is one of the best hotels I have every stayed in. The staff were not only friendly and courteous, but very professional. Location of venue for me was great. In these Covid challenging times, the hot breakfast and breakfast items of choice, excellent. If one is concerned about the current provincial health restrictions, all bases are covered with this hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel for your next stay if in the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Considering it's not a resort, I felt like it was in one! Gym and pool are very nice. Rooms are spacious and the window is large. I parked my chair in front of it and just gazed at the landscape. The double rollup blinds are also great as they block most all the daylight. The lounge has a very nice range of local beers. Hot breakfast was a very nice option. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

The location was just off the TransCanada Hwy with easy access to all the sites we had planned to visit. Our favourite was the hot breakfast which we were able bring to our spacious room and enjoy comfortably!!

Have had to have multiple stays in Med Hat for my dance certification. This hotel was great. Staff was and continues to be fantastic. Rooms were immaculate. And everything is just so new. Pool was great. Denny's opened but not a fan so didn't try it. Can't see myself having dinner there when I can go to The Keg. Best compliment I can give is that I'd return. And I already have.

Spacious and new suites worked really well for family trip with toddler and the dog. Staff very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great! Bacon and eggs... not just pastries. Good location near shopping and main route through town.

Stayed at this hotel for the first time this week. What an incredible hotel! Booked a king size room and it was first class! Huge room, obviously king size bed and big TV. Everything was big with the room, including the 5 huge pillows, created a great sleep and stay. In the morning, took advantage of their serving a warm breakfast that featured custom breakfasts where you can order an omelette to your exact standards. Amazing ! Staff was very quick to attend to all of my needs. I would highly recommend this property as their first choice for anyone staying in Medicine Hat !

Clean, professional, nice room with fittings - not much view but conveniently located and near stores. Breakfast smelled wonderful, although I didn't have any. Coffee bar in the room was well equipped and the halls/adjoining rooms were quiet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. We had an issue at our house and needed to find a place to stay fast. The staff took us in and made our stay feel like we were at home. The entire experience was great.

Our stay was for a couples valentines getaway. The front room service was fantastic, very polite and professional. The room decor was wonderful and everything worked. The jacuzzi was a great size and the bathroom was a good size; although the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dull and my wife had to do her makeup in the mirror outside the bathroom. The breakfast the next morning was good, considering the covid restrictions. Service was polite and gracious; but there was only one person handling all food and guests; it would have been better if there were two. Only real issue we had was the day before over the phone I was told I couldn't reserve a spot for the pool/ hot tub/ sauna until check in; once we checked it at 5pm there were no spot available. Overall fantastic new hotel.

Booked a suite for Valentine's Day - Breakfast was closed early and pool amenities were completely booked up when we checked in (we were not informed at the time of booking that we needed to do this). Valentine extras were a nice touch, bed was super comfy, but pillows were way to puffy.

We were very pleased with the room , jacuzzi and service ! We have written our room number down and will definitely be stopping in again and asking for this room ! The service was great . The kitchen staff were excellent and the cleanliness of the motel was excellent!

Stayed at this Best western , during a winter storm , needed a last minute suite we had 2 dogs with us, got the room we wanted , Hotel was brand new , front desk even had dog biscuits, really great. even with COVID on they made us a full complete hot breakfast, helped us with everything we needed ,Once again Best Western comes through.

This hotel is very new so I would expect excellent service and I got that from friendly staff welcoming you on arrival to the top standards in the rooms. The whole stay was relaxing . I would recommend this hotel to anyone for overnight or extended stay.

It's new. It's very nice. A great breakfast. A beautiful room. Staff are great. Everything is perfect! Just one little thing though. If you have a room with a sleeper sofa; sit in something comfortable before you check in. You could use the sofa pads to repair potholes on the highway. The pads are more durable than concrete. I'm pretty certain they have sofas like these in the waiting room of you-know-where. Other than the sofa issue, it was a very nice stay.

From the get go, I was taken aback. The staff, The property, and omg the rooms!!! totally affordable, and the breakfast was amazing! Definitely staying here every time I come to Medicine Hat. You will not be disappointed
