Hotel Parc Plaza

The location is incredible! Walking distance to the city, shops and sights. It's super cute and cosy and exactly as expected. Parking was available (for a cost) and the top had all expected amenities including a decent sized fridge. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Excellent position, few minutes walk from the centre, and nicely situated. Not top luxurious, but very good standard. Breakfast is great, overlooking the valley. All in all excellent price-quality for a stay in Luxembourg. Difficult to find better.

Clean hotel room with a couple of maintenance issues. I mention this as they were sorted swiftly. Good service and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good. Lovely view of Pont Adolphe from out back. Entrance is a bit odd but once you work out to go behind restaurant it's all fine.

Odd, odd place. Can't tell the hotel from the road as its hidden behind a restaurant, which is where you have breakfast, which has no kerb appeal at all, infant could do with a jet wash. Once through the barrier down a cobbled lane you eventually find the reception. Check-in was smooth and reception clean. Room spacious, clean and comes with kettle, fridge, safe and complimentary water. Nicely decorated too. Bed was huge but sadly not a good night's sleep as the pillows are terrible, far too soft and flat, had to ask for extra and still had to fold in half to get any firmness. Staff polite but not over welcoming. Outside areas could do with a spring clean and tidy. Hotel perfectly located for the centre, 5 min walk.

Hotel is in a central location close to city center. Staff were very nice and helpful, fast and easy check in. Very good communication when messaging before arrival. I was arriving early and asked if I could check in early they told me if possible they would accommodate this and when I arrived quite early my room was ready. Nice spacious room with fridge, safe TV, bathroom and efficient WIFI. Rooms don't have air conditioning and the weather was very hot while I was there. I think the hotel was supplying fans but I didn't ask rooms have nice big windows you can open.

The Hotel is very close to Hamilius Bus station (bus 29 from airport, or n. 9 or n. 16) and in Front of a nice small park with sparkling fountain . Few meters away ...on the left , the city center (place d'Arms) on the right Bridge Adolphe leading you directly to Gare Centrale. Remember that in Luxembourg all means of transportation are FREE and this is wonderful , especially to visit the most beautiful site of The Vianden Castle . The Hotel is in a very strategic position close to the center , distant from the noises. We had a very nice stay with TOP breakfasts (nice patio to have it) and very clean and comfortable rooms. Personnel also gives you an excellent and very competent service. What else? I strongly suggest this Hotel. If coming back to Luxembourg one day, surely i'll be again a Parc Plaza Hotel guest.

Odd, odd place. The location is very good and the staff friendly enough but everything else very strange. Horrendous decor. The shower room has no door and wall mirror angled so wherever the person you're sharing with in the room sits they can see you, so that makes for an interesting experience. But I always give a hotel the benefit of the doubt if a good nights sleep is had which sadly wasn't the case. There's no air con or any kind of cooling system so had to sleep with the window open - but guests and staff all night smoked right outside main reception which is where we were. Also, the pillows were ridiculously flat. Not joking… we had to have three each to get through the night. There are better places out there I'm sure.

We were looking for a place near the center and not too far from our parking (the hotel provides parking to the tune of 25EUR). Our room was small but it was ok for our needs. The bed was comfortable, there was a seating area and a patio door that looked into the courtyard so it was nice and quiet. Perfect location if you want to visit Luxembourg center. Note that the hotel requests a 50EUR pre-authorization.

This was our first night on our European Road trip, just googled hotels near where we parked and this one came up. Lovely hotel, central location, but the hotel set up is weird, rooms are in one place, the breakfast room/ restaurant are located about 200 yards away in another building. Reception staff were very efficient, room was lovely and clean,, with balcony, but no outlook because the trees hung over the balcony. Couple of problems with the hotel, there is very limited car parking, and the rooms don't have air con, which was a problem the night we stayed, it was a heatwave, the room was just so hot, we ended up having to sleep with the patio doors wide open, just to try and cool the room down.

Do you know what, it was cheap good quality, yes a bit quirky but okay. Room was clean and bright, sperate toilet to the bathroom which was welcome. Did come home with a couple of bites, not sure where these came from. Need was comfortable and hotel quiet. As mentioned in previous reviews, breakfast is in a totally different building. No big deal at all. Really good quality breakfast and dinner good views. The hotel is no more than a ten minute walk to the centre of Luxembourg.

Stayed one night for business. Oddly located in what seems like a Warren of twists and turns. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful both checking in and out. Breakfast is located in a nearby (2/3 minute walk) restaurant. Was standard fare, cereal, fruit, yogurt & small cooked selection. Staff helpful again. Only off putting think was the orange carpet & paint in the corridors, slightly over powering on the eyes!

We stayed here as a group. The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. But...bring an umbrella as it's a short (and pleasant) walk from the hotel to the restaurant. The rooms were comfortable. Access to the rooms was about a half a block from where our tour bus parked because the lot was too small for a bus. There was underground parking for automobiles.
