    « Comfortable stay »

Comfortable and spacey rooms, friendly service, convenient location and decent breakfast. The beds were adjustable (firmness) and I made a mistake and turned it too firm. Had some back ache next morning.

    « Nois »

After a very long day with a very early flight we just wanted to sleep. After about an hour and a half into our sleep we were awakened with doors slamming, kids screaming, adults talking loudly. After convincing my husband I would call the front desk and he shouldn't go out into the hall and yell at people, it briefly quieted down. Then we heard trains several times during the night. When I told the front desk this morning we had a very restless night, she said we should have asked to be moved to the executive side, quiet side of the hotel. We've never been here before and didn't know there was a quiet side. It would have been nice if they had offered that last night.

    « reasonable »

have spent 2 more nights at this hotel. They have accommodated me with every reservation (main floor, courtyard facing room). The personnel is excellent. Just one complaint (which I should have noted to the staff and didn't) was the one bed in our room had limited function (sleep number). Only wish they had microwaves instead of a Kuerig. The place is clean and breakfast (depending on the day) is passable. The rate is reasonable. The rooms are LARGE...wish they had made the bathroom a bit larger.

    « Great experience! »

I have stayed at this property many times and always have a good experience. The property is very, very nice, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and the staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. This Best Western is always my only choice when I am attending a conference nearby.

« What you'd expect from a Best Western, though much room for improvement »

I stayed at this property during a business project in the area from September into early November. Sometimes on my projects I have a choice in lodging; this time I did not, and was placed where the client had an arrangement and special room rate. But, having generally pleasant stays at other Best Western properties, I arrived with an open mind. The stay got off to an inauspicious start when I first arrived, because the front desk staff seemed to have significant issues with their computer/check-in systems, and also did not seem especially knowledgable about any aspects of the property. As a result, they had to make several calls to a manager located somewhere off-site, and it took over 30 minutes to get checked in. That was frustrating after a long day of flights and driving up from Denver to get to Longmont. I was given a room with two double beds on the second floor facing the interior courtyard. It should be noted that there was a significant gap between the bottom of the entry door and the floor; I'm not kidding when I say it was at least a couple inches, and it was not unique to any room I saw in walking around the hallways. The room was very spacious, though furnishings felt a little sparse. The room was generally clean, though there were signs of wear. Sleep Number beds are installed in all the rooms, which was not something I have seen in all the travel I do. They were generally comfortable, though the comfort settings on one of the beds never seemed to stay set during the night, so for the duration of my stay I slept on the other bed. A "college-boy" style refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker were the only real food-related appliances in the room. The lighting in the rooms were pretty good, and the fixtures were generally in good shape, with the exception of the very tiny bathroom space. There were times I felt like the closet space was bigger, because it took some "acrobatics" to access the shower - which required closing the door while at the same time stepping over/around the front of the toilet. The shower door didn't latch fully, so often water leaked out onto the floor. Also, the toilet barely flushed; the only way to get a "complete" flush was to stand there and hold the lever down for the entire cycle. Climate control in the room consisted of a small wall-mounted unit under the window. For the most part it worked well, though there were a few times it stopped working for several hours (especially overnight), causing the room to really warm up to an uncomfortable level. Wi-fi services were generally reliable and (mostly) functioned quickly. It did require logging in daily, though I found that to not always be the case. Sometimes I had to log in multiple times in an evening on my laptop, and there were times where I logged in once on my iPad or iPhone and the wi-fi would work for over a week before I had to log in again, which was quite odd. It seemed like all the public spaces were much more worn out than the guest room. Many of the acoustic ceiling tiles were broken and/or stained, the carpets were filthy (until the last week of my stay, when they finally steam-cleaned most of them). There was a single washer and dryer unit on the first and second floor; I was grateful they were always kept clean and in good working order, but they could have stood to add a couple more machines on both floors, because often times a lot of guests needed to run laundry, and the machines were always in use for much of the day. There is a fitness center, which was basic but functional. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, which I only opted for the first day or two of my stay. I didn't find it appealing or cooked appropriately, so generally made other arrangements for breakfast. Other than that, guests have to go off-site for dining around the area. There is an "Executive" wing of the hotel on the west side of the property, complete with a lounge where snacks were served nightly. I only saw that in walking around the property once. I'm not sure how much different the rooms are in terms of overall quality from the rest of the facility, but one would assume there is a cost difference if nothing else. The hotel claims to be a complete non-smoking facility, and they have you sign a waiver at check-in noting there is a fine for people who smoke in the room. That's all fine and good, especially since I am a non-smoker. However, it seemed they had a very hard time enforcing that policy - or in the case of some front desk staff - chose to ignore it. Guests frequently smoke right outside the main entrance to start with, and there were several occasions throughout my stay where you'd return to the hotel and pick up the very strong smell of tobacco and/or pot in the public hallways, which also bled into the rooms thanks to the aforementioned gaps under the guest room doors. Also, I observed many guests (including several who were staying there frequently as I was) who would smoke out in the courtyard or open the windows (removing panes) to smoke from their rooms. That meant the guest room climate control drew in that smoke from other rooms or the courtyard and permeated the air in the guest rooms. That was frequently bad for my allergies. I called the front desk on a couple of occasions when it was particularly bad, and was generally laughed off or disregarded, so I gave up on it for the remainder of my stay. As noted above, the front desk staff when I first arrived - and through the first couple weeks I stayed there - exhibited especially poor customer service. Again, they didn't seem to be knowledgable about the property or the check-in/computer systems, and were also very disengaged when interacting with guests. It seemed like there was a front desk staff turnover over the course of my stay, and the service improved marginally. Some staff were much better and friendlier than others. Also related to customer service, the housekeeping services seemed very thorough over the first few weeks that I stayed there. But then there was a period just prior to the end of my stay where I didn't get - and couldn't get (after calling to request it) - housekeeping services for almost a week and a half. Finally I got it, though I found that the linens on the bed were replaced with ones that were stained and moldy. So I used the other bed for the last few nights of my stay. Ironically, the day after I finally got this last housekeeping service, I returned from my client's office one evening to see a sign out at the roadside noting that the hotel was hiring for housekeeping and laundry staff, among others. Several other guests have noted the room rates were high for what you get and what you expect from a Best Western. I would tend to agree; I know that I received a special rate that was negotiated with my client, but even that was high given the facility. My only guess is that because there is often high occupancy among a relatively limited number of properties in the area, the hotel can justify charging a higher rate. That being said, they would do themselves and the guests a favor by applying those higher rates to a more significant renovation of the property overall. Overall, this was kind of a mixed bag of a stay at this property. I've definitely stayed at better Best Western properties, and would mostly expect better based on those other experiences. I would also grant that my perspective comes from a longer overall stay as compared to most guests. But still, I think those staying only a night or two might encounter similar issues, though for a single night, you could have a satisfactory stay and be able to work around or overlook some of the issues I have described here.

« Worst bed I have ever slept on »

The employees were great. Breakfast was good and looked amazing, many many options. The room was very large. No tub??? only an outdoor pool no hot tub. The mini store was very overpriced which is always to be expected. The room itself was not clean, I moved a lamp and there was a large circle of "goop" underneath. there was a half drank water bottle in the fridge and someones hat left in a dresser drawer. The worst part of the whole stay was the bed. The "sleep number" bed was horrid. I would have paid double to sleep on an air mattress. We slept so badly our whole day trip was ruined. My children ended up sleeping on the floor :(

    « conference »

We had catered food for 21 they accommodated us perfectly. Great staff and the food was wonderful! Rooms were clean and they have number beds which is my favorite! They offer a free breakfast. Great restaurants close by with shopping. Would definitely recommend staying there!

    « Staying at a Best Western »

I'm not too sure what more I could say except Best Western has the small things taken care of as well and that's awesome and so comforting. I must say the breakfast was impressive and the dining area most enjoyable with plenty of windows and seating.

« Best Western Plus Longmont CO »

We had a conference at the this hotel and the staff is friendly, helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. This is an older hotel, but clean and comfy, i would recommend it to others

« Very nice hotel, nice room and contenital breakfast »

The room I have has two double beds with adjustments and a small couch with fold out bed. ... could easily sleep 5 people! Breakfast was good. Used fitness room. Desk personal were accommodating. I would stay here again!

    « Nice stay a little spendy »

This was a nice place. The sleep number beds sucked- they didn't work. The staff seemed friendly but didn't get us the supplies asked for. Breakfast was amazing! For a Friday night the price wasn't bad and was in a very nice location.

« Good place to stay while in Longmont »

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness room is better than avergae for a hotel, but still fairly basic. The rooms have been remodeled a few years ago, so still in fairly good condition. Mini refrigerator but no microwave in the rooms. There is an attached BBQ restaurant, but I found their southern food better than the BBQ. If you must have BBQ, get the brisket.

    « a one night review »

The hotel was very nice and the beds were excellent to sleep in. There were stairs to the breakfast room and we had to get an attendant. The attendant had to run a chair lift up three steps so we could eat .

    « September Visit »

Very nice hotel, spacious room, friendly staff, best complimentary breakfast ever. Would have preferred to be in a location away from the train tracks. Very comfortable and quiet otherwise. Received very good rate for our group in town for a family wedding.

    « Pleasant Surprise »

Haven't stayed at a Best Western in a long time. This was a pleasant surprise. It was nicely decorated, huge dining room, large rooms and clean. Lovely pool and patio area although closed for the season. Concession stand was well stocked and had a nice variety of foods. Not far from many amenities and area attractions.

« Stayed in March it was Beautiful »

My sister and I had to travel to Longmont for a funeral. The motel was wonderful. Very bright and cheery. The staff was wonderful. It was a good value for the money we spent. We loved the coffee and tea variety that they had along with their breakfast in the morning.

    « Business Trip in September 2016 »

This hotel is top quality. The rooms are huge, with luxury showers and great ammenities. The breakfast is not your typical continental buffet. It's a full service breakfast with outstanding breakfast burritos on occasion.

« Nice location, friendly staff »

This was a recent host hotel for the PT Cruisers Convention of Colorado. I wasn't there for that, but was amazed to see so many PT Cruisers assembled in one spot. I took a lot of photos of them. The room was good size, the pool was cool and a little leafy, the sleep number beds weren't ideal, but did the trick.

    « The price »

Is what made me stay twice at this hotel. My son and I stayed for one night in July and one night in August. At $125 per night for each stay, it was the best deal in the Denver area for 2 beds when most hotels were either sold out or charging premium rates. Our first stay was horrible. The carpet leading to the room was extremely dirty, the room was from the early 80's and the morning breakfast was terrible. For the July room, 2 lamps floor lamps did not work, the sofa upholstery was flowery and dingy, the fixtures were old-style and the bathroom was like a cruise cabin bathroom except a cruise cabin bathroom is more updated. The sleep number beds are horrible. Really horrible. You either slept on a rock or sunk nearly to the floor. They served aluminum foiled wrapped breakfast burritos and you had to eat one to find out what was inside. Just egg. We went to Snooze in Boulder for breakfast instead. I vowed never to stay again until I had to make another unexpected last minute trip to the Boulder area and was forced to book again. For the August trip, we were given an Executive room which was updated with a larger bathroom. The carpet leading up to the room was cleaner. They served drinks, chips and salsa in the executive area. Again, the rate was $125, but the beds were terrible again. Plus, I had to call their IT support because the wi-fi was very slow. I don't understand the #1 rating. After staying at SpringHill Suites Longmont, I still don't.

    « Outstanding as usual »

this hotel does a fantastic job of taking care of guests. the amenities are very good. breakfast is very well don and the staff is second to none. i would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in travelling to this area for business of pleasure.

« Excellent service, kind & helpful staff, reasonable price »

Rooms and services are great. I have arranged for others to stay and they too have enjoyed the character and attitude of the staff. Food is good. Also allowed small gathering in the rooms and helped with their comfort and directions around the area.

    « Horrible!!! Buyer beware! »

I have no idea why this hotel has a #1 rating. The TRAIN that ran THREE times in the middle of the night blowing it's WHISTLE was unbearable. We were going to stay an extra night but after two nights of the TRAIN, I can't stand it! Seriously, it sounds like it is right outside our window. Don't stay here if you want sleep. Also, the room was large enough to fit queen beds, but we had two tiny full beds. I need to learn my lesson and never stay at a best western ever again!!! They are all old and smelly. The hallways smell putrid. They fool you because the lobby looks nice and updated. But then your room is like being deep in the bowels of a monster! I am beating myself up for booking a best western. Ugh! Big waste of money!

    « Hotels I Like »

This hotel has an easy connectivity for wifi, comfortable and clean beds as well as rooms. The only draw back is the bathrooms have a shower in the commode area that is difficult to maneuver around. The breakfasts were included in the room and were excellent quality and maintained for temperature and quantity. The coffee was good and the Kurig coffee makers in the rooms with complimentary water bottle are exceptional service perks.

    « Best + A Real Gem »

On this family visit to Longmont we needed to stay close to our relatives but the choices were somewhat limited. We are members of the BW Gold Crown rewards program so we quickly narrowed down our decision on where to stay. The 3 final hotels are very near each other so the decision was based on best price available. We didn't know what exactly the Plus meant but were pleasantly surprised to mean the room was spacious, well decorated, nicely maintained, and oh so very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and also well kept. We slept very well and were rested for each day of our visit. The breakfast buffett that came with the room was better than the usual breakfast fare that most hotels we stay at provide. The staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is a great BBQ place and gives a discount for hotel guests. The hotel is located in front of a new shopping plaza with many shopping and eating options there. It was a real pleasure to stay at the Longmont Best Western Plus.

« almost everything you could ask for »

Location was handy for heading out to area towns, Estes Park and local restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, well appointed...........but there was no microwave. It did have the best breakfast buffet ever, with many selections of hot and cold foods and a very spacious, pleasant breakfast room.

« Best Western Plus , Top Notch »

Recently on a family visit to Longmont we booked our room for 4 nights at the Best Western Plus there. Not knowing exactly what the Plus meant I booked it mainly because I am member of the Gold Crown Club and convenient location to family. We were pleasantly surprised to find a larger than average , well appointed room with comfortable decor. We were very comfortable here from the beginning to the end of our stay. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome and was able to answer any questions we had. The grounds were well maintained and the courtyard afforded a comfortable and relaxing refuge. We have no reservations about returning to the Best Western Plus for future visits in Longmont ,Colorado.

« Make sure you get the correct Best Western »

There are two in the town of Longmont. We went to the wrong one at first. These hotels were both fine and offered free breakfast and parking. Nothing special about the location and we were just stopping for the night. The room was clean and the breakfast well stocked.

    « Hotel was dirty »

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The only reason we returned was because we bid on priceline and was given this one. We'd hoped that it had improved. No chance. The room smelled as we first walked in. The manager was indifferent to it. My Husband convinced me to stay for the three nights we had booked. Black mold in the shower and ants on the floor. When I reported it, nothing was done about either item. The pool was filthy. The breakfast was just ok.

« Close enough to Boulder to commute »

Nice spacious rooms - appear to have been redone fairly recently. Place was packed but our room was quiet. Backed up to lovely garden with "mountain stream" that was charming. Only complaint was housekeeping forgot us first night. Breakfast was hot and good and included

    « Okay stay »

We travel a lot when we can, and really enjoy a good hotel stay for our family. Considering we're out enjoying the sights most of the day, a good hotel is what we need to unwind & regenerate for the next day of adventures. Like all the other reviews, yes the staff was nice, rooms large and beds comfortable, but that was about the extent of it. I sit here in my hotel room at 3:20 am of our final night of 4 total, sweltering, as we have no power or phone in our hotel room for the past 30 minutes, and cannot reach the front desk by calling the hotel. With 3 sleeping kids, can't just up & leave the room to see what's happening either. The hotel overall is really dated, with evidence of attempts to quickly update or refresh it. Our restroom shower is a good example of that, and needs a really good scrub. The base of the shower is peeling paint that was used to make the yellowing bottom look white again. Towels were disheveled. Sink did not drain well. This hotel is right beside train tracks, and with the exception of this night, we were woken an average of 2 times each night by train whistles blaring as they passed (no lie...3 times the night before last). Likely will need a vacation after this stay, just to catch up on the sleep I didn't get, due to all the interruptions through each night. The breakfast was okay, and there was different selections each day; but if you didn't get down there when it started, the pickings become slim. The main elevator by the front was out of order when we checked in. With all the luggage, 3 kids, and just me, mom, solo...even 1 flight of stairs was not we had to walk all the way to the opposite wing of the hotel (it's pretty large), just to get everyone up 1 flight, and make our way to the complete opposite side of the hotel where our room was. Also out of order were a few of the work out equipment in their small workout area. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms....and with asthmatic kids, we appreciate that. But on more than 1 occasion, we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. Overall, the stay was mediocre. Likely would opt to stay somewhere nicer the next time. As I finish writing this, the power is back on...but I hear the train whistle in the distance.

« One of the very best in Longmont or the surrounding area »

Our family stays in Longmont often, and this was the second time we've stayed at the Best Western Plus. It is a very clean, well-run hotel; the rooms are large with good refrigerators and microwaves, the beds are OK. For the extra cost over budget motels, the Best Western Plus offers a nice fitness center, and an excellent hot breakfast buffet with very conscientious staff, making it actually a much better overall value.

    « Glad I booked this hotel »

Pros: Quality of hotel, fairly new, rooms were spacious and had Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator. Breakfast was warm eggs, bacon, waffles or pancakes, fruit and other items. This hotel was 100% full but I still found plenty of places to eat the breakfast Rooms were nice. Parking lot was full but they have an agreement to share parking with 2 other restaurants next doors. Location was good plenty of eating and shopping places nearby. Internet and TV selections were good. Only problem was the internet isn't a secure network. Cons- 119 has lots of construction on it. Will take awhile to get there if coming in from IH25 to the east. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Hint for a good discount try Sam's Club Travel if your a member of Sam's Club

    « Excelente! »

Everything is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Everyone is super friendly and helpful! It also has a great breakfast. The beds are great, too. This will be my go to in the Boulder area.

« Good hotel for travelling »

Check in and staff were quick and efficient. While the carpeting on the stairway looks like it could be replaced, overall the hotel was very clean and neat. We had a handicap accessible room because we booked through a third party, so the bathroom was huge. The room had a loveseat; it is always nice to have someplace to sit other than the bed. While I was looking forward to trying the Sleep Number bed, because it was only a double bed without adjustments for both sides I wasn't too comfortable most of the night. Another issue was being in a room on the street side of the building. While we didn't hear the vehicle noise, the trains came thorough about three times during the night and blew their horn. We also ended up in a room with one of the lights right outside our window, so the room was not very dark. The breakfast was excellent with breakfast burritos with green chile sauce, waffles, fresh melon, cereal, and most of the other usual breakfast items you find at a hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff was very courteous and kept everything tidy. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend for others traveling through the area.

    « HUGE room »

We booked this room to attend a wedding in Boulder. The hotel was great for location and getting around the area. The attached restaurant was perfect for our family gathering too - great menu and BEER! Only down side is there is not a Jacuzzi on site at this hotel!

« Clean, but had a few issues. »

The front desk personnel was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. Once entering my room it took me a few minutes for me to realize that I had gotten a handicap accessible room, with a higher toilet. handicap shower with bars, and a lower closet bar. I didn't really mind this, as the room was large. The room itself was very clean. But, the beds are horrible. I had two double beds in my room, both were Sleep Number beds, and neither one worked.....or the remote for them didn't work...and they were hard, hard, hard. Also, the pillows were weird, about half or 3/4 the size of a standard pillow. In fact, you could tell that they had folded the normal size pillowcases around the sides and tucked them on the back of the pillows. This became a non-issue, as I just grabbed the pillows from the other bed and combined them all. The remote for the TV didn't work either. The hotel itself was quiet, even though I noticed my room was right by the circular drive through where people park to check in......but I didn't hear any outside noise. The continental breakfast was surprising. Many hotels will have the usual cold cereal and pastries, here we had scrambled eggs, breakfast ham, fruit.....and many more choices. It was not gourmet by any means, but better than most. I would stay at this hotel again, if they replace their beds.

« Nicely decorated but horrible beds »

This Best Western apparently put some thought into interior decorating and additional services it offers (on-site BBQ restaurant with live music). Unfortunately, carpeting in some of the common areas is horribly stained, which doesn't instill confidence about overall cleanliness of the hotel. In addition, beds are hard and uncomfortable even for someone like me who prefers firmer mattresses. That didn't add up to a good night's sleep, thus defeating the purpose of staying in the hotel for just one night on our weekend trip. We hoped we would be able to rest, but rock hard bed and noisy air conditioning unit made it a night of tossing, turning, and eventually, getting up at 3:00 a.m. with hurting spine and limbs. There are two more minor design flaws that detract from the overall experience: the shower stall design where the door opens the wrong way & completely blocks the towel bar when opened, and the lack of easily accessible electric outlets guests could use for charging their electronic devices. All outlets in our room (except the one in the bathroom) were either hidden behind the furniture, occupied, or required turning on a separate switch to actually power the outlet, which in turn also powered lights that couldn't be turned off without turning off the switch and thus cutting power to the outlet itself. Overall, not a very good experience at this hotel.

« Terrible smell and dirty »

Based on the pictures we had too high of expectations for this hotel. When we walked into our room it smelled terrible. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes. We had our 3 month old baby and I was worried about having him in the room it was so bad. The bathroom sink had beard shavings from the previous guest....dirty. Not impressed. We canceled our reservations for the next 3 nights and moved elsewhere.

« Do something about the food! »

It is a Comfortable hotel, not particularly nice situated. Good beds as expected. But an awful breakfast. Hardly any cooked food and sugar in almost all items. Even the cereals. And plastic containers. No atmosphere at all. Taking all that in perspective then the price can be considered too high for one night.

« Four Night Stay in Longmont »

We bid on this hotel through Priceline, and the price was great for a 3.5 star hotel. We arrived around 6 pm, and dropped our luggage in our room, but did not unpack. The room, with a kingsize bed and full sofa, was huge and welcoming. However, we noticed upon returning from dinner that the promised wireless was not working in the room. It worked fine in the lobby, and in the hallway a few rooms down from where we were, but not in our room. We asked to be moved to a room that would have steady wireless. We were assigned a room closer to the interior of this large hotel, and we had great wireless, plus the room was more convenient to the center of the hotel, where the breakfast was served. Breakfast was fabulous! There were so many choices each day, but the common items remained daily. We could choose daily from hard boiled eggs (daily) and a variety of cereal, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit. The eggs varied each day - plain scrambled (my desired egg) was available twice. There was bacon and ham available once each. Yogurt in small containers was well stocked, but it, as well as the oatmeal, was loaded with sugar. I would have loved plain oatmeal and plain yogurt, but I skipped the sugary items. The room was quiet. The bed was placed by the window, not the door, so any traffic from the hallway was muffled. We always use white noise, and between that and the air conditioner which we set to run without the fan stopping, we heard nothing but our own zzzz's. Speaking of zzzz's - what a treat we had when we saw the Sleep Number bed! I had never slept on one, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. The only "downer" might have been the size of the bathroom and lack of a microwave. There was a refrigerator, but there was not a freezer. The shower was great (no tub) with a lot of water pressure.

« Excellent large rooms & great staff »

Extremely comfortable and welcoming rooms at this Best Western. My standard double bed room was enormous, and contained a small couch, a desk, a recliner, as well as the usual niceties. The shower was clean, well-stocked, and had the kind of knockdown water pressure I like. Only downside? The Sleep Number beds. No matter how much fiddling I did, I could never find the happy medium between hard as a rock and halfway deflated waterbed. This is no knock against the hotel, rather the Sleep Number product.

« Good Location for the local attractions if you're heading to the mountains... »

During the holiday travel all the hotels booked up fast. This location may seem a bit far from the one-hour drive to the mountains... but with all the scenery and the local services, it is really not bad. The inside and rooms are outdated, but clean. Once you get past the "outdated" interior, we had no problems. The room was spacious for my family of six.

« Have had better stays. »

The lobby and overall appearance was fine until we got to our room. There was evidence of trash on the bathroom floor and the toilet looked like it was just dusted rather than cleaned. The breakfast is one of the best we have experienced anywhere. The staff are very helpful and courteous.

    « Very Accomodating »

The staff was very accomodating considering they had about 7 travel softball teams staying there, each morning they were prepare with ice for the coolers leaving the hotel. Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way possible.

    « Very Happy »

Spent 4 nights at this property while visiting Rocky Mt. Nat. Park. Excellent lobby, Excellent breakfast and rooms were large and clean, beds are sleep comfort and room was very quiet. Desk staff were very nice and helpful, and the ladies that take care of the rooms did a fantastic job. Breakfast was wonderful and the choices were great, and the hot options were different each morning. My only complaint was that the toilet and the shower are in the same room and it is very small, you have to squeeze between the wall and the toilet to open the shower door, It is a beautiful shower with all the hot water you want. I would stay at this property any time, good value and close to all you need, even got in a round of golf.

« Great 2 Night stay and Hot Breakfast »

Staff was so gracious and helpful. When the Courtyard in Longmont cancelled our Priceline reservation we were in a jam. Best Western came through on this busy weekend and we couldn't have been happier. Nice, huge, clean room with a wonderful breakfast that was different every morning. Hope to stay with them again!

    « Back to 80's »

Cozy hotel for them who like 80's style. I had 'executive room' which means you get big room with sofa and coffee maker. Furniture is same they had in E.T. (movie). I spent there almost a month, got used to it. King size bed with 'Sleepmate' controls and 9 pillows gives heck of a great sleep. Hardly woke up even water dripped through a crack from ceiling to my face. They changed my room to first floor. Breakfast is good, with many choices ( fresh pancakes and waffles too). Front desk clerks like to ignore you, keeping busy with nonsense paperwork. At the morning I left, no thanks or nothing for staying so long, only; "Please return all the key cards, please". Gotta think carefully where to stay next time while visiting northern Colorado.

    « First Class Service »

The staff at the Best Western Plus in Longmont Co. provided our group excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, the beds are soft and the breakfast is fresh & tasty. Can't wait to go back.

« Wow, what a great Best Western! »

Hard to believe that this was a Best Western. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast buffet. Room was large, quiet, had Kurig coffee maker, fridge, sleep number mattresses, directv, large HDTV, iphone dock to listen to music, ... Tghis hotel really has it all!

« Great breakfast -Quite room »

Went to Longmont Colorado for a wedding and booked this Best Western Plus. Room was large and clean although the bathroom and shower were a bit cramped. Best part of this stay was the breakfast and breakfast eating area. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Food was excellent and the breakfast area was very large and more like a restaurant setting.

« Best place to stay in Longmont »

We spent a great deal of time in Boulder over Bolder Boulder weekend but Longmont was a relaxed and comfortable place to stay. The Plaza Best Western was spacious, the room we got had a small view of Longs Peak, and the free breakfast was fine.

« Best staff and service ever. »

Everyone at this hotel from the reservations department, to front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast crew was over the top friendly. I think they really enjoy their jobs and thus they made our stay a wonderful experience.

« Not the place to stay if you are handicapped »

We had been told that this was a good place to stay if you are handicapped. We checked in on June 24th, and stayed the night. We were there to visit family. On a positive note, we were pleased with how much space we had in the room. There was enough room for my oxygen concentrator, my chair and the rest of us too! We really ran into problems in two significant areas. The first, was the following day when we went to get breakfast. All we could see were some stairs, and I knew I wasn't going to be able to accomplish that, so we saw the wheelchair lift, and an employee came to assist us. I wheeled on to the ramp, and she said she was pretty sure my chair was too big for the lift, (note that this is a standard size electric wheelchair.) however she offered to let us try and see if it would work. The next thing I knew, a bar came over my head, and the bar bumped my arm and went back up. We were dumbfounded. How was I supposed to get to the food?! She opened up a room across the hall for us that had tables set up, and suggested my family could go get food for me. We tried this, and each time by the time I got the food, it was cold and soggy. We did try a cinnamon "pastry" that was hard as a rock, and would have made a better weapon than something to eat. After all of this, they finally were able to get breakfast. We left very frustrated, and feeling like we have in other establishments where handicapped people don't matter. It's very disappointing. The second area we found a problem was with Customer Service when we were checking out of the hotel shortly afterwards. My husband explained about the bed, and she made a note of the bed not working, and when he told her about the problem of what happened at breakfast. She just told him they'd look into it. We don't know if she was a manager or not, but she definitely didn't offer to get one if she wasn't the on duty manager. Once again, it felt very dismissive. This is a large hotel that also has a large restaurant attached to it, and for all of that, I think we counted about 6 handicapped parking spaces. So there you have it. If you are handicapped, and want to feel like you matter, do NOT stay here. We were disappointed, because we have been hoping to find a hotel we could stay at occasionally that would allow us to stay the night, and spend some quality family time together. To end on a good note, House of Q is an excellent place to eat! We have eaten there before and that was another reason we chose this hotel.

    « Not Impressed-Look Elsewhere »

We came to Longmont for a family wedding. I looked over the photos and reviews for this hotel, and I went with this hotel because of the ratings and the outdoor pool. Our room had some sort of obvious gunk all down one wall, the curtains were dirty, the shower door did not close (so water went everywhere when we showered), and the beds were very uncomfortable. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel got an "excellent" rating. We would never stay here again, and we could not recommend it. I gave this hotel two stars for the location and the outdoor pool.

    « Reservation Confidentiality »

The biggest issue I had with this hotel was they allowed others to have access to my reservation. I have worked in the travel and hotel industry and there was always the respect of privacy. Big NO NO in my book.

« My home away from home. »

I have been traveling to the Boulder / Longmont area for the past 2 years and I always seem to find myself stating at the Best Western in Longmont Co. Friendly, curious and helpful staff, great location and you can't beat the price. Great value all the way around!

    « Lovely Hotel »

Nicely kept hotel surrounded by numerous large grassy areas & landscaping. Pool area is lovely. Good security. Nicely kept rooms, everything was well maintained & clean. Good access to surrounding businesses (restaurants, etc) A Whole Foods is being built within walking distance. The fairgrounds are 5 minutes away. Our room, a King, was reasonably priced, and a good sized room for us and our 2 large dogs. No pet fee. Friendly, helpful staff. Had issues with WiFi. This hotel is definitely ON our list of hotels to stay in again.

    « Good stay »

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our stay in colorado to be closer to the mountains. We were coming from Denver so the drive in was awesome watching the mountains just get closer and closer. The location was super convenient - there's a BBQ restaurant attached to the building (which is very good!) and a Target 5 minutes around the corner in case you forgot any of your necessities. Also noticed a JCPenney and some other stores near the Target so you can get any shopping needs finished. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend getting to breakfast early though, we got there at 6:15am one morning and 8am the other - the 8am morning there was a never ending line at the waffle maker. Room was a good size though the shower was barely big enough to accommodate one person, but it got the job done. All in all a great hotel with a great location convenient to the rockies.

« Great location nestled between 2 great restaurants »

The hotel is very conveniently located on the main drag between two great restaurant/bars, 45 minutes North of Denver. The rooms are very spacious but the bathrooms are tiny. The toilet and shower are separated from the sink which is nice but the toilet area is the tiniest you will ever sit in. But everything is very clean. Free breakfast is the best I've ever had. The staff there is awesome. The gym equipment is old but worked fine for my needs. The front desk staff, all young girls other than the VERY FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL Manager are all terrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful. Check in was unbelievable. They didn't pass along a TV repair request I needed at 7am and when I returned at 10pm, they told me I could do it myself and expected me to, which I had to. The bed was not comforable. Bring your own pillow. Theirs were horrible. My door had almost a 2-inch gap at the bottom. Not kidding. I had to put a towel under it to keep light or people out. My room was across from the ice machine and laundry room with no door on it. I didn't sleep a wink because of that, people getting ice all night. The hotel is very old and the price should be for a very nice hotel with a great room with a spacious bathroom.

« A whole lot for your money. »

This is one of the nicest properties for the cost!! The room is huge and more than met our needs. Quiet location, but convenient to everything. Check in was quick and the staff friendly and more than helpful. I was super pleased with everything.

« Great place to come to »

Wonderful staff and place. Looking to come here again. Every question was answered fully. We were helped and cared for with all the needs we had. This is what a place needs to do and it was done fully.

    « Old hotel »

This is an old hotel and it shows. The carpet and furniture were grungy. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were half the size of a regular pillow. The shower and toilet are in the same area the size of a closet. It's really cramped and to get in and out of the shower you have to close the shower in order to get out and the room door before you can open the shower door. I don't know how this is considered a three star hotel is a two a best. The continental breakfast is average and don't fall for the discount you get to the Barbecue restaurant next door. It's the worst barbecue we ever tried to eat.

« Great find in Longmont »

Can't say enough good about this hotel. A great overall experience and great value for the money. Top notes would be the friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and facility, and services offered. Would make this my go to hotel in this area.

« Best Western in Longmont is truely Best »

You will do well to check out this Hotel before booking a stay elsewhere. They do more than book a room and go out of their way to be helpful. Quality is on par with exclusive hotels costing much more.

« Great Hotel Close enough to CU »

We can for my daughter's graduation and the hotel was lovely. The service was excellent. I requested an extra bed and it was waiting in our room when we arrived. It was going to rain the day of graduation and they had two umbrellas waiting for us at the front desk. Breakfast was included and was great. It was a complete breakfast. I would recommend this place highly.

« Great Find near everything »

Excellent hotel within easy access, some within walking distance to many services in and around the immediate area, dining, fitness, entertainment, religious, social, etc. are all close by, including the old historic, & lively Downtown of Longmont, without all the traffic and congestion of Boulder and Denver.

    « Great Hotel »

Excellent service with large, nice rooms, and great breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Stayed with my whole family, and all said they would recommend this hotel to others. We were in town for the University of Boulder's 2016 graduation ceremonies, and the hotel was nice and close.

    « May 8, 2016 »

A wonderful experience! Highly recommend! Check out the gluten free items in the breakfast room and you'll be in heaven. Dale and Adela go out of their way to take care of guest needs. Will return to this location in September.

    « A Nice Surprise! »

I stayed at this hotel while getting away for some R&R from everyday life. The hotel was very close in experience to some Marriott Hotels I have stayed in. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the sleep number beds. There were many TV stations offered as well as wi-fi. The breakfast was a cut above the usual hotel breakfasts and had different offerings each day, with a variety of cereals, breads, waffles, fruit juices, and breakfast main courses with eggs, hashbrowns, and burritos (on some days). The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the upholstered furniture needed to be cleaned. The shower was large and comfortable but the seal along the shower door needs to be replaced and leaked water on the floor. Otherwise, everything was aces!

« A true gem in the Rockies »

My wife and I were staying in this hotel for business reasons. During a morning walk to the outdoors, I noticed one of the cleaning ladies dusting the tops of the door frames and the room nameplates. I was extremely impressed with the pride she took in her work and told her how much I appreciated the way she took care of the hotel for the guests. As a designer of hotels across the country, no hotel has taken more pride in their facility than the facility.

    « Great Value »

This hotel was clean, had nice decor, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The WIFI worked great. The breakfast area was nicely done and the quality of the food was excellent! The fitness room had all the basics I needed. The bed was very comfortable because it was a sleep number bed. There was also a small convenience shop in the lobby that I took advantage of late in the evening. This hotel would be great for business or leisure travel.

    « Great hotel / Great service »

Had a business conference here and hotel was great along with a top notch staff and event center. Would not hesitate to have another conference here and would recommend to anyone who is needing a great meeting place in Longmont area. Food service is a big bonus, Scott and team do a fantastic job on the meals.

« First blush was great, once in the room not so great. »

This is a non-smoking building. The room was impressive upon arrival, but things quickly fell apart. The tv remote did not work, got batteries, then learned that the SAP was turned on --AND the remote was not operating properly. The wait for maintenance lasted over an hour, during which time I discovered that the hair dryer did not work (after I had washed my hair), AND the clock was not set to the correct time and there was no apparent way to reset the time. All of this was after I learned that GPS DOES NOT FIND this property, but has you driving around in circles endlessly. Needless to say it was a very LONG, very bad day. (The Sleep Number Bed really did not make up for the amount of hassles and broken items in the room.)

    « Best price »

It had that just washed carpet smell. I bit older. The beds were comfortable with the sleep number controller, pillows also comfortable. The breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs seemed fake but the waffled pancake maker made up for the rest. Didn't try the sauna or the fitness room. The pool is outdoors and was closed for the season. The price of the room was the best

« best western is best hotel »

we were supersize with hotel , how good it looks the room so clean and large breakfast was great , yuo can find any thing you need. coffee and hot water always available through nigth best red apple and so quite clean

    « Sleep in Comfort »

My stay was wonderful and the staff was exceptional. I truly enjoyed the fact that every room was equiped with a sleep number mattress! I slept so comfy, not to mention the full breakfast that was provided for guests in the morning. The money I saved alone on breakfast was well worth the room rate that I received. I will definitely be staying at any Best Western Plus when I can in the future.

    « Always Comfortable »

A very good choice when in Longmont. Convenient location. Reasonable rates. Above average breakfast. And the staff always goes above and beyond to make your stay hassle free. We always stay here when we are in the Longmont area.

    « Great Value »

This is an older hotel, but very clean and well kept. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay, was exceptional. It was early Spring, so the pool wasn't open, but it would be a great amenity in the Summer months. The staff was professional and proficient. The best value around, in my opinion.

« Recommended for your next stay »

Rooms are clean and well organized. Breakfast was good. All the staff in the hotel was very helpful. They came out of the way to help us. One day there was a snow storm when we stay at the hotel. Their help during that day was very much appreciated.

« Great Place to Stay »

Great place to stay, rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superlative. Only downside may be that the pool is outdoors and not available at the time we stayed. The room had sleep number beds which allows you the adjust the firmness of the bed, but from low to high, it felt like sleeping on an air mattress.

    « Comfortable Commercial Hotel »

Based on the reviews and the advertising, I thought this was a small roadside motel when I booked. It is in fact a fairly large commercial hotel and this made a substantial difference in my stay. There is a nice courtyard around the pool, which I used to walk in the mountain sunshine (that's a blizzard to you flat landers). The breakfast is prepared by their catering department and is much, much better than the average motel breakfast. The rooms were large, and the staff was professional and friendly. Overall I got a real bargain on my stay and expect to return.

« Nicest Front Desk Team and Great Room for the Rate! »

The front desk staff is so pleasant and give you a true Colorado home town feelings in this nice town. The room is spacious with plenty of extras - the Direct TV, the sleep number bed, the small refrigerator, the Kuerig coffee maker and the onsite restaurant with great BBQ, are just a few of the items I enjoyed during my stay. Oh, and the breakfast burritos with the green chili sauce - awesome.

« Gave me an upgraded room and the service and breakfast were great! »

This is an older hotel but very well kept. Clean and comfortable....Until I went to take my shower in the am...Pulsating hot water that finally stopped all together and I ended up in a very cold shower... Sure woke me up!! I advised the front desk clerk and she was so compassionate to my dissatisfaction that she gave me a "make it good" discount and that made it all acceptable. I know it was not poor service, just one of those things indeed. The breakfast was grand and not like your crummy "chain hotel" breakfasts. These were real eggs and good quality yogurt and more. Coffee...not so good, but unless a hotel offers a Starbucks quality, McDonald's is better. Would stay here again.

« Great one night stay »

We stayed here for one night over the past weekend. Great location, with shopping, restaurants, and movie theater only a few minutes away. Two restaurants (BBQ place and Old Chicago) on the same property if you don't want to drive. Sleep number beds were great, and bed linens were wonderful. Room was very large, with a couch, fridge, and Keurig machine in the room. Breakfast was good, with an assortment of hot items (eggs, bacon) as well as the normal continental items (pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc). One of the nicest Best Westerns I've been in!

« Nice Hotel, Great Breakfast »

Room was large, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff was helpful when asking for directions. Onsite restaurant was good, not great. Enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

    « Nice Place/ Bad BBQ »

Nice property with great free breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. Went to the BBQ joint next door and did not like at all. Took forever to get service at the bar. I ordered the brisket nachos Togo. They were inedible the brisket tasted of gas, like a from a gas flame. I took about 2 bites and threw them away. Could of just got a 10.00 bill and torched it. What a waste

    « Best Breakfast-Pet Friendly »

no lame breakfast at this Best Western. It was by far the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. everything fresh and delicious. Kind friendly staff, that even loved on my golden retriever, but whats not to love with a dog like that. Room was spacious, the only draw back was lack of receptacles, need to upgrade with more for today's high tech standards.

« Nice for the price »

This is an older hotel that's been nicely maintained. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are sleep number beds, and are quite comfortable. The breakfast is good, much better than most standard hotel free breakfasts, and the breakfast room is very pleasant, with a great view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. For the price, this place is a real bargain

« Good hotel for good price »

Nice place, restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. Breakfast was different each morning. Big room, dated bathroom/shower. Walking distance from conference center. Another restaurant, Old Chicago's, right next door. Many strip malls and other eating options within 10 minute drive. Ample parking. No pool or spa. A little away from downtown. Train tracks close, bring earplugs.

    « best western longmont »

don't let the best western name fool you - this hotel is a great place to stay. good staff, good rooms. clean, easy. highly recommend for the value! complete with a tv remote in a sterile bag! and sleep number beds!! i think the bed was better than my bed at home! lots of fluffy pillows. good service.

    « Wonderful »

Great place to stay: upscale but reasonable (we are here off season), beautiful grounds, sumptuous rooms, awesome beds. The staff is great, a great restaurant on the property, quiet rooms, and a great shower! Highly recommend!

« good values and clean »

All was very good. Staff was super friendly. rooms very clean. Best value in Longmont. The house of Q restaurant delivers to your room a full menu. I will stay again. nothing else to add. The hotel is right on the main drag and easy to find. Next door is the Old Chicago restaurant.

« Very happy with my stay! »

We stayed here for the New Year's Eve party and we were so impressed! The staff was so helpful, so friendly, and the accommodations were super clean! We had so much fun at the party, too! We are already planning to be there next year! They even have a great breakfast!!! I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting because I know it is the best place to stay in the area! The management and the staff blew us away with their hospitality! Highly recommended- I even tell my mom to stay here when she visits!

    « Great Stay ~ Great Value »

I was in the Boulder/Longmont area for a business trip and decided to take the short drive north to Longmont to save a few dollars rather than stay in the metro Boulder area. There was easily a $25 difference per night in price and it was certainly worth the 3 extra minutes of driving for my meetings. I used those savings to visit several micro brews that are popping up in Longmont. A few in walking distance from the hotel. Great food and brews around. Kate checked me into the hotel with a big smile. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was one of those sleep number beds and although a little tricky to get used to at first, once I got the hang out of it, I was able to dial in to a perfect nights rest. Breakfast and wi fi were both included in my rate which was a bonus and both very good. The staff really impressed me. At one point I saw a group of employees walking down the hall with one another talking about improvements and how to make the place even better. Being in operations, I truly appreciated this. Knowing that their team just doesnt sit in offices but are out there on the floor taking care of guests and their product. Marty is the Manager of the hotel and greeted me at breakfast one morning. I recognized him from the group the day before walking down the hall. He was very professional, genuine and polite as I noticed most of his staff to be. He took the time to answer my questions regarding what I observed the day before as well as a few places to dine in the area. This is the first time I've stayed at a Best Western but I can guarantee, next time business takes me back to Colorado, I'll be staying right here.

    « Hotel Staff »

The Hotel staff were always courteous and helpful, front lobby personnel always friendly. There was one call placed to the lobby for a repair to the bathroom and the service person showed up within 15 minutes, very Good.

    « Great hotel & great value »

This hotel is underrated. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great breakfast. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and my business client -- all within walking distance. I had no problems.

    « Good Stay »

Overall, a nice a stay, I would recommend the internet service, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also pretty good. Close to lots of businesses in Longmont, and many amenities around the area.

    « Excellent »

Excellent Staff and Service. Clean hotel, very good location, near restaurants and business. Beautiful city surrounded by mountain that show an excellent view. No to far from the State capital Denver the 1916 Super Bowl number 50 champion, great celebration at the city of Denver and the entire state of Colorado

« quiet spot close to denver »

very nice and clean motel. if you need a spot by Denver and don't want the risks then just try Longmont co. the best western is the best around..the views are great and there are many good spots to eat. the traffic is a lot less and there is a small town feel.

« Wonderful stay Best Western Plus Plaza »

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The restaurant was, too. We had 3 short days here and they made our visit easier as we visited a family member in Boulder. The rooms were comfortable and food delicious. We would stay there again.

« Best hotel of the Best Western Chain I have ever stayed at »

I travel a lot because of my work, and this is the nicest Best Western Plus I have stayed in. Actually better than most 3.5 star hotels. The rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The Restaurant connected to the hotel, was very good. The staff at the front, Beth and Kate, were professional, while being friendly. I was very impressed. This is a great place to stay. I will stay here, next time I am in the area.

    « American Legion Conference »

Excelled in all areas of hosting. In particular, the quality of the breakfasts were very good with plenty of variety of items to choose from. The value of the cost of the room was excellent and very affordable. The only disadvantage was the separation of the hotel with the conference center across the street. The rooms at the conference center were also satisfactory, being close together. I would highly recommend this hotel to others for business and personal reasons.

    « Amazing! »

This hotel is beyond impeccable. Excellent customer service, and amazing accommodations. A must stay! The executive rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and the bed is so comfy! Very satisfied with my stay.

The room was just a little dark but very clean, the breakfast was very good, my wife had a hard time getting on the internet but she had never switched over to another site to get online. The staff was very good and our room was ready when we arrived.

« best value at best western »

the hotel check in went smoothly. the room with adjustable sleeping bed was great. most of all the breakfast was awesome with Spanish eggs, sausage, hash browns and of course much more! please stay in this hotel if you have business or pleasure needs in Longmont.

    « Great New Year's Eve Party »

We visited this hotel on New Year's Eve and it was a great time. The reservations were in the executive suites on the second floor and it was a really nice room. The room was nicely appointed with a Sleep Number bed, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and a nice big screen. We were definitely comfortable and the two other couples who attended with us really liked it too. The party was one of the best I have attended over the last 30 years, with the band Funkiphino who were really good, tons of hors de oeuvre's and a couple of free drinks and a breakfast buffet. I will definitely check out the lineup for next year! The price was excellent as well.

« All the comforts of home »

We spent 2 nights in this large, spacious room with all of the amenities including sleep number bed; Kreug coffee maker; refrigerator; flat screen TV; great breakfast with real eggs and bacon, huge fresh fruit platter and much more. Front desk staff very helpful and rooms very clean. A cold, below zero night night and could even walk inside to a very good Barbeque dinner next door.

« Great New Years Eve Party! »

I really enjoyed the new years party and the band was great. The location of the hotel was great and we met with six friends at the Old Chicago next door. The room was really nice with the refrigerator and the Sleep Number bed was the best!

« Nice place to stay for pet owners! »

We came here for New Years Eve and had a great experience! Sleep number beds, free breakfast, pet friendly for no extra cost and keurig coffee machines in the room. A little dated, and the pool is outdoor, but everything else was great, especially for the price on New Years Eve!

    « Comfortable! »

Front desk handles heavy traffic times very professionally and expedites the line quickly. The rooms are very comfortable and appealing. We always recommend family in town to stay here. The pool in the summer is quite nice and the fitness center is adequate for a little exercise.

« Clean and comfortable rooms, and good breakfasts! »

We were pleased to stay at this property in 2014, so when we planned to return for Xmas week 2015, we booked again. We really like this hotel and find very little to criticize. The rooms are very, very large with two beds, a sleeper-sofa, an easy chair, desk with desk chair, big TV, luggage bench, wet bar, refrigerator, and pod-coffee maker. The bathroom/shower room and basin space have both been updated since our last visit and both are good-sized and modernized. The fixture at the basin and mirrors provided very good light. The lights in the entire remainder of the room, though, are hopelessly dim and inadequate. This is our single demerit for this hotel! We would also prefer queen-sized beds (instead of double-sized beds), but that was not an actual problem for us, but it could be for families with kids. The breakfast area is beautiful--bright and sunny and spacious. The breakfast attendants are uniformly friendly and efficient and do a great job of keeping the food supplies fresh and in adequate quantity. They provide ceramic plates and metal silverware, and some plastic utensils for those who might prefer them. Every morning there are hot egg dishes, sides, and fresh cut-up fruit. Cereals and fresh, cold milk are always available and the coffee is hot and good. If we wish for any improvement in the breakfast area it would be for additional toasters (there is only a single four-slice one) or, better yet, a larger conveyor toaster. Prices are favorable for this sort of hotel in the market in Longmont. It is well-located in a quiet part of town, but nearby to lots of shopping and restaurants. We'll stay here every time we visit this part of Colorado.

« Good, clean property; would stay again. »

This is a typical good/clean Best Western. We were again very happy with our Best Western stay here in Longmont and we would stay again. Lots of hotels/shopping nearby if you are in need of anything. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

    « Fantastic stay »

We were surprised at the quality of this facility. When in Longmont, CO stay at the Best Western Plus. The food and service at restaurant was superior. The breakfast exceeded all expectations. I am looking for reasons to stay in Longmont.

« Great Place to stay. »

I Stayed for two weeks for a business trip. Very accommodating. Excellent Staff. Say Hello to Dale in the Executive lounge during the evenings.Nice and quiet rooms. Highly recommended. Close to everything.

    « Great Value/Convenient Location Nearby Highways/Free Breakfast-Wifi-Parking »

We stayed in Longmont after arriving in Denver on the way to Estes Park the following day. We selected this hotel for it's positive reviews, convenient location, and affordable rates. CHECK-IN Simple and easy with no lines or waiting ROOM Very large! Had a view of the courtyard and outdoor pool. Seating included a loveseat and a chair separate from the desk. Featured mini fridge and microwave. Room was dated as was the bathroom but it was clean and nice considering the cost. Free wifi and free parking came with the room. BREAKFAST FREE Continental style breakfast with cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. Coffee, tea, milk, and juices were available. Overall, it was an easy and short stay but the hotel met our expectations based on the star rating, reviews, and costs.

Great central location in Longmont. Close to grocery store and several other big box stores.Great service and decent free breakfast. Older hotel but it's clean! The staff was very attentive. I used the gym and it's was nice and convenient. I would definitely rebook with this location.

    « First Timer »

My first stay at this hotel, or any Best Western. I was very pleasantly surprised. I needed a pet friendly room and found this to be the cleanest and most well maintained pet friendly room I've had the pleasure of staying in. The room was large, the bed (and pillows) were very comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

    « Nice quiet stay »

I arrived a bit late, but found a very friendly desk staff. Check inwas quick, and I found a clean and pleasantly large room to relax in.The continental breakfast had a very nice selection of warm and cold items in the morning.

« Was a verynice hotel on Thanksgiving »

We really loved the hotel and they were very accommodating to us and our dog! The outside court was very nicely set up and fenced in. The staff tried to help us find a restaurant in the area since it was Thanksgiving night and everyone in the area was closed.

    « Nice Hotel »

We stay here several times a year with our little Westie. It is a great hotel close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff is supper nice and the rooms are big. I should rate this place poor, so I can have it all to myself

we were there for a craft show...the room was nice and large. Loved the large shower and good towels. It was quiet too....breakfast very nice! The internet worked well and was FREE! We were only about a mile from the fairgrounds and just about any amenity you needed was very close!

« IT Service Delivery Manager »

I highly recommend the Longmont Best Western. I have been staying there for several years and have always had great experiences. If you are staying in the Executive section of the Hotel, please make a point to go to the 2nd floor host area and meet Dale. If you want to know more about Longmont, Dale is the guy to ask.

    « Nice place »

Pleasantly surprised! Clean room and comfortable bed! The breakfast was fresh and hot! Jetted in tub in the room needed some work on the jets. Sauna was small and didn't get very hot. Location on Ken Pratt Blvd. was centrally located and parking was good.

« Excellent accommodation and staff »

We stayed 9 days at the BW Plus in Longmont, CO. It started with a warm welcome late at night. Breakfast was homemade and the warm food was a different selection every day. No powdered eggs here! The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The staff in general were all very helpful when I asked about things to do in the area; hiking, shopping, touring, etc. They even helped me get a bottle of champagne for a birthday celebration. The beds had adjustable firmness settings, a large flat screen TV, refrigerator, desk and sofa. Highly recommend staying at the BW Plaza Longmont.

« Great hotel & Extreamly Pet Friendly! »

Wonderful hotel to stay in. Friendly & helpful staff. We have 2 large Golden Retrievers who were welcomed there with no additional charges. Great area to walk the dogs also. Only place to stay away from is the Big Q restaurant next door. Friendly staff there but the food was very bland & tasteless.

    « Very Comfortable! »

We were in town visiting family and stayed here a couple of nights. The Best Western is in a good location, close to everything; shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with the spacious size of the the rooms. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They serve a continental breakfast each morning which was very good.

« Great place to stay »

I always stay at this hotel when I am traveling for dog shows. It is close to the show grounds and they have a very good breakfast. The rooms are nice, especially the ones with a courtyard view, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is over 8 miles from the interstate so not handy for just stopping for the night.

    « Longmont CO »

Very nice property, rooms are very nice, was not real happy with the bed, it was a number bed. The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they are very knowledgeable of the area and seem to enjoy their jobs. i would highly recommend this hotel.

    « Great Hotel »

We enjoyed the layout of the hotel, the large double-double room and the evening happy hour on the concierge floor. All of the employees there that we had interactions with were professional and kind. We highly recommend this hotel!

    « Amazing Anniversary stay »

We stayed there on our wedding anniversary. They gave us the same hotel room we had on our wedding night They put wine, snacks and flowers in our room and put flower pedals on our bed. the whole staff was AMAZING. I can't tell you how much my wife and I appreciated it.

« Not a bad place to stay »

Had stayed for 3 nights in their Executive wing room. The rooms are really big and very spacious. bed is too comfortable and also adjustable with the electronic tool provided alongside the bed. In general, the staffs are friendly and cordial. Scope of Improvement: i) Wifi speed is at its worst! ii) The hanger provided to keep fresh bath towel hangs above the flush tank of Toilet WC thereby making the lower edge of towel always touch the flush tank. The whole purpose of providing fresh towel gets defeated when it touches the flush tank of toilet. May be they can move the hanger elsewhere. There's enough space anyway. iii) No bath tub! Just a small and too compact to move enclosure to have bath. iv) Complimentary water bottles provided in the rooms are too small. Certainly not more than 100-150ml . v) My room was at ground floor and the curtain slides to give you full view of parking lot and the pathway leading to it. The bad part of the story is, the vice versa being equally true! Overall, other than these 5 scope of improvements, its a decent place to stay.

« Longmont Best Western Plus »

I was very pleased with my experience at the Best Western Plus in Longmont, Co.. The room was very nice, sleep number beds (I personally think they are over rated). Staff was very nice & helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely stay there again.!

« Great Confortable Stay & great Breakfast »

They have a sleep number bed that I loved! We did not want to leave. Room was very clean throughout. The breakfast also had a great selection. They had something for everyone. Also the people that were helping with breakfast were very helpful and nice.

    « I expected better »

The room was basically ok. It seemed to be clean. The beds were too firm, but the biggest problem with them were the very heavy, thick comforters. It was too hot with the comforter on and too cold with the comforter off. It would have been nice to have layers. The worst thing about our stay was that about 8:30 the room above us became occupied with a large group of children who were bouncing and jumping very loudly. My husband actually went upstairs and walked by and the door was open. He observed over half a dozen kids in the room. He went to the desk to report the noise and the clerk said that he would take care of the issue. I'm not blaming the kids because naturally they're going to be a bit amped up because they're kids and hotels are fun for them. Fortunately they did quiet down around 10. I was very tired and wanted to go to sleep much earlier, but at least it didn't go on all night. I just feel that a bit of common sense could be used when deciding where to put guests with kids, especially considering that the hotel was NOT busy. They should have been put in a room on the ground floor, or over an unoccupied room. Breakfast was really nothing special. Other than burritos, it was basically continental. I'm vegetarian so the burritos didn't work for me, My husband wasn't impressed with the limited options. The breakfast area was kept clean and tidy, and the attendants did keep everything stocked. I appreciated that there was coffee and tea available 24/7. The commissary was very overpriced, but that's par for hotels these days. The front desk personnel were very friendly and professional. We were greeted promptly and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

« Great value. Comfy stay. »

Excellent stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Hot breakfast with excellent staff. Free parking. Basic but nice furnishings. Nothing fancy but clean and adequate. The only downside is parking area in relation to doors can be bad (far). A bit of a weird design. Also, there is a train nearby so be sure to ask for a room on the side away from the train (but you can still hear the whistle though it never woke us after we were asleep). I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

    « Wonderful Staff & Service »

This is a great location if you are traveling from Loveland to Boulder. It's within reasonable distance to downtown Longmont close to restaurants, etc. It's within a hours drive to the Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory/Store. The hotel does have a restaurant on site with great food and service and there is walking access through the first floor hallways of the hotel. The room we stayed in had Sleep Number beds and was arranged like a little apartment, yet the bathrooms seemed a little cramped but workable. Their free full breakfast is outstanding, very upper class. During our stay they served poached eggs with a Spanish sauce, sausage patties, and breakfast potatoes. They have both a waffle maker and waffled pancake maker. Their special batter for the day was Pumpkin Spice which was awesome, plus lots of choices for bread, juice, cereal, etc. The breakfast room is located on the 2nd floor with great window views. There is a swimming pool which is great for families. Well worth the money for great staff and service.

    « perfect but a train »

I was here two nights and the place was lovely. Breakfast was hot and good with a lot of seating. Room was clean and large (2 Queens). The bedding was luxurious. Bathroom small and clean - deceivingly large shower (but it had a spraying leak that wet half of the bathroom floor during a shower. Free WiFi. I stayed on the South front of the building - the street/parking lot lighting could not be quelled but the insufficient draperies. Also, just across the 4 lane hwy. (CO 119) is a train track....2 trains Friday but none Saturday. I am staying again in November and have requested a Northern room exposure.

« Just a short way from Estes Park »

Spent the day at Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park and we were looking for a nice place to relax. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel corridors had a lot to be desired, however the hotel is undergoing some upgrades. The room was extremely nice and comfortable.

« In town for family wedding »

Even though it is an older hotel, the service and cleanliness is 5 star quality!! Such a friendly and helpful staff, they responded quickly to our various requests. It was great to have the restaurant connected to the hotel. Our server was efficient and friendly. We were at the table a long time and he continued to give us great service. It was wonderful to have a full breakfast ready and waiting each morning! The food and staff were excellent. I think the thing that most stood out for me was the wonderful service in the hotel and restaurant.

    « Good value »

This is a big facility with nice sized rooms. Decor is somewhat dated but well maintained. Staff is particularly helpful, polite, professional, etc. Just be prepared to walk a lot. The complimentary breakfasts are outstanding. Like the in-room coffee.

    « Comfortable »

Hotel staff makes you feel welcome and are quick to meet any need or answer questions. Over-all comfort and pet friendly. The breakfast is exceptional with excellent variety and quality food. Especially enjoyed the fresh fruit option. All areas of the hotel are clean and visually appealing.

    « Great place »

We have stayed in many hotels traveling west, and this Best Western is one of the nicest we have found. We have dogs with us, so it was important to find one that was pet friendly and with nice accommodations. We certainly found both. Very clean rooms, great bed, really nice shower, and the area for walking the dogs was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was amazing!! Eggs Benedict, hash browns, assortment of breads, scones, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes, and cereals, juice and coffee. A very nice breakfast buffet!! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend this Best Western. You can't go wrong!!

    « Leisure Trip »

This motel was very nice. Nice Breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. They were remolding rooms in other wing of Motel but did not interfere with our stay. Easy to drive to. First trip to Longmont and it seemed to be a very nice community by the Rockies.

    « Don't Bother With Staying Here!!!!!!! »

The hotel is old and needs work. We stayed in a King Room that had a Sleep Number bed that didn't work. We requested a room with a regular king bed. The air conditioner wasn't working either. When we checked out, they took $30.00 off our bill. BIG DEAL!!!!!! Don't stay in a front room as the train goes by often and blows it's whistle.

« Best Western Longmont, CO »

I always recommend BW as a great value, provided the amenities include hot breakfast bar and in-room internet. Friendly attentive staff, centrally located if Longmont is your destination, but also 30 minutes or so from Boulder.
