Visited in corona-times so a lot of services (sauna, gym) weren't available, although this was hardly the fault of the hotel itself. Several staff members were excellent: Agostino cheerily serving breakfast; Nathalia and Kremena helping amend/refund my booking at reception; and Serena (the MVP) helping me upgrade to a room of my choice. For me, this upped my experience from 3 stars to 5!

"Sister's 22nd Birthday Booking"

I booked The Caesar Hotel last minute. It was my sisters 22nd birthday so we needed a place to stay, The Caesar seemed convenient as it was close to all of the London attractions. When I arrived I was greeted by the most friendliest staff who made me and my sisters feel very welcome comfortable. The manager was extremely friendly and upgraded our room to a deluxe family room so our stay could be memorable. The hotel was room was immaculate. Everything was perfect. The staff accommodated for all of our needs, they had even set up a birthday card and a box of chocolates for my sister. Our breakfast was included in our stay. Due to Covid restrictions we were unable to help ourselves to the buffet however the most politest waitress served our every need. We were all spoilt for choice during breakfast. I would definitely recommend The Caesar Hotel for your place to stay. The staff are very professional, the location it's great and the service was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

"Perfect Stay"

Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Located just round the corner from Hyde Park. Room was lovely, clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, with great choice. Short walk from plenty of eateries, museums and public transport.

"Great location and personalised service"

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very closed to two metro stations and to Hyde Park. The area is very quiet. The service is great, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and you can enjoy many different dishes.

Had a great 2 night stay. Hadn't stayed that end of London before but was so close to all places and had a good walk in Hyde park Saturday morning to blow away the cobwebs. Will definitely stay again.

This is my ‘go to hotel' when working in London or taking the wife to a show etc. All the staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble they even call you once in your room to check all is ok & if you need anything, a nice touch. Pay By Phone parking outside is a bonus & 2 tube lines, the Central & District/Circle with-in a short walk.

I stayed at the Caesar for two nights with a small dog and received excellent treatment throughout by the caring staff who attended to any question I had. The room itself was immaculate and I can definitely say the best value for money in the area. 100% Would stay again.

We arrived on September 14th and had actually booked another hotel nearby. When nobody opened for us there and we already had bad premonitions because of the bad reviews of the other hotel, we looked around and found "The Caesar". We received a very, very friendly welcome, the rooms were extremely clean and the air conditioning was very valuable on those warm late summer days - ah, and so was the lift. Due to the corona situation, the restaurant was closed. We were offered a continental breakfast to be brought to the room. We decided against it because we wanted to eat something on our stroll through London anyway. We later realized that the room would have been too small to have a comfortable breakfast. But that wasn't an important criterion for us. We always pay particular attention to cleanliness and friendliness. We didn't use the TV so I can't comment on that. The wifi was fast, the bathroom and room were not only very clean but also big enough (although a second chair would have been practical - there would probably not have been enough space). Overall we were very satisfied and will consider this hotel on any future trip to London.

"Beyond Excellent! Highly recommend The Caesar Hotel."

Upon arrival, the front desk was beyond accommodating to our needs. The staff was beyond helpful in assisting us with our multiple bags. Additionally they accommodated us with a larger room for our stay. We had previously had trouble with an airbnb and were looking for a place to stay. Thankfully we landed at the Caesar Hotel. The staff were so accommodating that we continued to extend our stay because of their helpfulness. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone that we meet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and easy-going it could be. We were sad to depart the hotel but will most definitely stay here again if we need a hotel. Thank you to the amazing front desk and staff that made our stay a memorable and relaxing experience.

"Fantastic hotel"

Stayed here for my boyfriends 18th birthday. The service was exceptional. We had our room upgraded and had a lovely card written from them with a treat. They were extremely helpful and polite. The room we had was amazing. I will definitely be returning.
