I'm really impressed with the Caesar. Very friendly welcome, a superb, spacious, modern clean room with a great shower, and the breakfast is absolutely superb. Italian theme throughout and the staff are really helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Lovely experience: easy check in. Room had all of the amenities I would expect plus a few more (fresh rose by bedside, chocolates on pillow, slippers and robes). I really loved the perfect easy to use yet powerful/ fast/ hot shower combination which one doesn't find so easily in London hotels generally and I know because I have stayed in many! For that alone I'll definitely return again. It's so nice to find a peaceful oasis in Central London…

Located near Hyde Park, the hotel was great. Staff were super. The fitness center was under renovation and was not available... I thought this should have been communicated before arriving. Room was clean, bed was good.

Very nice stay! Super location close to Bayswater tube station. The staff was really friendly and helpful, both at reception and breakfast. The room was quite small but all I needed for a weekend in London. the breakfast was delicious with a bit of Spanish inspiration.

They are rebuilding, but the staff is working hard to compensate any inconvenience caused by this. Magda, in charge of the dining room is a natural talent regarding customer service. The rooms are small but well maintained. Good Internet. Overall friendly staff. Very good value for the price.

Have stayed here numerous times and love the deluxe rooms. The Hotel is very well maintained and very clean. The reception staff and reservation staff are top-notch. The hotel is being renovated and the breakfast was in the bar area. It was very small and not really suited to a busy breakfast., but this is minor inconvenience and will be overcome once the renovations are complete. I think this Hotel is good value for money, In a very quiet and peaceful area. Was a bit disappointed with the general Bayswater area after having stayed here many times. Feels like the area has gone downhill somewhat since our last visit.

The best place to stay in London- near tube, easy to go to airport, wonderful breakfast, very nice, professional and friendly suff, and always ready to help us, with anything we needed. we felt home. Centrally located at the edge of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, very good value and topnotch customer service. The staff was very helpful, and the management very accommodating to our needs. We would certainly stay again if in the area.

The staff is fantastic and very helpfull (and "multi country" as well). The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and Metro stations. The service and social areas are overall very good. The rooms need to keep the pace and fill the small gap (to the social areas). Excellent choice for a nice trip to New Year in London.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful little hotel. First, it is located in a very quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood, yet not far from major tube, stop and train station The rooms were perfect. The rooms here in London tend to be a little on the small side which is fine. It was perfectly clean, with some lovely amenities, and the air conditioning worked much better than expected. Last, but not least, every single staff member, I came into contact with one above and beyond. So kind and just wanting to help. I can't say enough good things about this place and will come back again for sure

The hotel was clean and nice. The room was clean and only had some minor problems (slightly worn shower seal). Personel has been very kind and helping. During our stay there has been a few construction sites in the area which made sleeping in a bit hard. Though that's not really influenced by the hotel itself.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Caesar Hotel. Yes, the rooms are small. Yes, the building is old. But the air conditioning was great... and quiet! (Give it a couple of minutes after you power your room before you try to affect it.) The neighbourhood was also quiet... and great for access to the tube. Walking distance to Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Paddington. We loved the firm beds and the water pressure. The windows open. If it wasn't so hot, we may have opened them! And the staff was lovely.

There are plenty more options in London. This hotel is old and tired and in need of modernization. Many rooms only have single beds. Certainly not worth the 240 pounds a night . The building looks good from the outside but don't judge a book by it's cover

The hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms are small but the staff was wonderful. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were friendly and to buffet had a nice selection, and the front desk staff was so kind and so helpful. They always made time to help arrange car service and helped map out places to try and to see! They are the best part of the hotel!

Very sweet staff who could not do enough for us. Response time to our needs was amazing. No refrigerator or microwave in the room so just be aware. The 24/7 room service was appreciated! Definitely upgrade your room if you can as European rooms are generally small. Water pressure = +++++!

Great location, close to several metro stations, markets and restaurants. Quiet location. The receptionists were always very attentive. It has two elevators. Bathrobes and slippers available in the room. Excellent morning coffee. Welcome with water and chocolate in the room. Close to Hyde Park. I recommend.

We were well looked after, from reception to cleaning, breakfast and evening meals, nothing seemed too much trouble. All staff were very friendly, would recommended this hotel to all family and friends. Hotel situated close to Paddington Railway Station, shops, places to eat and places to visit. Area very quiet, good streets and footpaths easy for walking out, heaps of transport services.

The staff was wonderful and we cannot wait to come back next time we're in London. They are ontop of helping with taxis , navigating the underground, and anything I'm between. They even helped find a driver we needed for a full day. Cheers !!

The hotel is really nice, the situation is excellent, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is very complète, english breakfast with a spanish touch. Highly recommended for visiting London or business trip as Paddington station is not even a 10 minutes by walk.

The stay at the Ceaser Hotel was very comfortable. Reception staff very nice. Great location close to Hyde Park and City centre. The room with bathroom were small but quiet and well equipped. A pleasant experience to be repeated!

Enjoyable stay in this converted townhouse, in this quiet garden square. Deluxe rooms are pretty large with a separate TV area [205]. Plenty of hot water and towels. Quick lifts. Staff were really friendly and definately took pride in their jobs. Bar is open from 17:00-00:00. It's a 5 minute stroll to the buzzing Queensway. Recommended.

This was my first stay at the Caesar and I was very impressed. The location, close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Notting Hill was perfect for my needs and the local neighborhood was attractive and safe (the middle of the street has a garden running through it!). The staff was excellent - very helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests' needs. My standard room was small but adequate, clean and comfortable. I was told the hotel is about to undergo a major renovation and rooms will be larger as a result. There is a small restaurant in the hotel that had one of the best salads I've ever had (the "grilled feta superfood salad". I will definitely stay here next time I require a hotel in this part of London. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience! Comfortable firm bed and very good maid service. The Caesar is in a great location, the Queensway tube is close and Kensington palace with it's beautiful surroundings is an enjoyable walk from the hotel. Fabulous location to both Paddington and Bayswater train/subway stations. Easy walk. Nearby a variety of restaurants including drugstore if needed etc. ALL the front desk employees were so nice and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure we were ok in directions or finding places to eat. Felt like family. Thanks to all!

We stayed at this hotel in Feb 2023, the hotel has a great location near Hyde park as well as access to the Tube. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were well furnished with everything that you need.

Small boutique hotel near Hyde Park. 8 min walk to Paddington train station (Heathrow Express) or Baywaters metro. Quiet neighborhood but safe. Hotel room is small but that's normal. King size bed is firm and comfortable. Bathroom is roomy with nice shower stall. We had drainage issue but they fixed it right away. One minor complaint is the room was very hot , AC was set at high temperature only. We simply turned off the AC and the central heating and opened the windows.

We had a short stay at The Caesar at the end of December 2022. We primarily chose the hotel based on the location (proximity to Heathrow Express for an early 5.10am departure on New Years Day, as well as proximity to range of different tube lines) and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect for us. It was very easy to walk to various parts of London, or else jump on a tube to venture further afield or if it was raining. All the staff we encountered during our stay were lovely. We were warmly greeted on check in at 9.30 in the morning and were amazed to find that we could check into our room immediately. We were not expecting this, and it was greatly appreciated after 25 hours travelling from Australia. The room was simply decorated, which was ok. It was also quite small compared to what we are used to at home, but typical for London and Europe, with enough space for a double and single bed for the 3 of us. Again, the bathroom was very small, but it was fine. Our room overlooked the street (Queens Gardens), which is a lovely aspect of a typical London scene. Our room was quite far down the hall, which made it quiet at night. There are a number of nice and well priced dining options within a short walk in different directions, although we didn't get the chance to eat or drink at the hotel. I consider that the hotel was a little expensive for what it was, but due to staying over New Years, the price was very much competitive with what others were charging in the area. It absolutely met our needs, with great staff, comfy beds, and a convenient location. If the price was right, I wouldn't mind staying here again next time we are in London.

The food and wine was at a much higher level than in years past. I also appreciated being offered robes in the rooms,and the turn down service after we returned from dinner was an unexpected and lovely touch.

We have spent a wonderful time! All services was great! Special mention for the breakfast which was delicious and various. The room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for a relaxant time in the city. If you want you can do workout as well.

Air-condition not working and therefore room was very stuffy on arrival. Standard room was very small and bathroom floor dented. Overall bathroom was floor, with tiny lowered sink with no vanity cabinet. Only one plug socket by TV, none by the bed. Breakfast and room service food was disappointing and poor value. The bed however was comfortable.

For me it was a perfect hotel, room clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet fantastic, location very good it is near Paddington Station (there is the ElizabetLine to Heathrow). And Hyde Park is near and also bus stops to Oxford Street or to Westminster. I will certainly come again

There are things to please you at The Caesar Hotel and things that will dismay you. On the positive side the staff was helpful and charming. I especially loved the team in the breakfast room. I was always greeted with big smiles accompanied by very good service. The breakfast buffet is remarkable, with both cold options and made-to-order hot selections. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station, which was very convenient for the major city sights and shopping. No hot water one morning and only intermittent hot water the following day was not amusing. The rooms are bigger than some I've seen, but the safe on the floor was impossible to use, and the bathroom lighting was so poor I couldn't determine if I looked like a clown when I walked out the door. I had a double room, but it was difficult to see how two people with accompanying suitcases would be able to function in the space. A tray was screwed to the desktop and there was no luggage rack, so I had to use the desk chair for my suitcase. It wasn't a problem for me but might be for two people in the room. All in all, this is an acceptable hotel, but leaves some things to be desired.

Watch out if they provide you with a room in basement floor. there are cockroaches in the room. I paid standard price at $300 pound per night but ended up living in basement without view. The staff even called & knocked my door during my sleep just for returning kettle. It scared me at night.

Amazing service from reception, catering and housekeeping staff. Excellent service and value for money, we arrived early and checked in, receptionist took our bags, we are delicious food in the restaurant and had an amazing breakfast, plenty of delicious food and great choice

Had a lovely relaxing stay in this very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded our room as it was my birthday. Had an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. A special thank you to the restaurant staff who were so accommodating and worked so hard during a very busy time. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good location near Kensington Gardens and Paddington Station, the structure is renovated/new, rooms are small, in the best London hotels tradition, but bigger than in other hotel I visited. I have found very efficient and kind staff members in all department, from reception, to breakfast to room cleaning. An excellent Choice for business and also private staia in London.

Room photos are deceptive! The "desk" in an "executive room" is too small for a laptop plus notepad, the in-room lighting is too harsh to read in bed or have a video call, the "laptop safe" only holds an iPad and small accessories, and the "gym" consists of a treadmill, rowing machine, and free weights — with an opening time of 7am! Not at all practical for the productive business traveller.

This hotel is very well located only a short walk from the Subways Central Line. Very close to Hyde Park and London 's Shopping district. It was a very basic room, but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly both at reception and at their breakfast restaurant. It was very good value for the money I paid. Would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing, with all the options to be ordered from the kitchen in addition to the buffet. The standard rooms seem to be smallish but worked well for two. Connections by public transport (tube&bus) to everything you may want to see are easy as several underground stations and bus stops are close by. Those who enjoy jogging or walking will surely appreciate Hyde Park being just around the corner.

Really pleasant staff at the front desk and at breakfast. The superior double was spacious comfortable and well equipped. I have to say that we couldn't fault the hotel if you want to be in the Queensway/Notting Hill vicinity.

This hotel was far from advertised. Our rooms (“Executive”) were way smaller than advertised. The hotel didn't feel safe for fire hazards. We decided to cancel the stay and move to another hotel. Please see the attached images (wide angle lens)

Great stay at the hotel. I spent a week there for work. Got a room upgrade, thanks to the very kind front desk manager. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean room. Excellent breakfast with great soread and delicious cook to order options.

Wow! What could have been a great go to hotel in London became a nightmare. Room was as advertised (albeit a bit worn out). I wasn't expecting luxury. Towels were fantastic, water pressure good and the bed was comfortable. Super clean. And that's the end of the hood stuff. The hotel has paper thin walls…and when I say paper…you could hear your neighbor turn on a light switch. At 10:20 our neighbors came to their room and made a hell of a racket, then silence until 1am. We have them some time to settle in, but by 2:30am we had reached our limit. The staff were great getting us checked in, but dealing with this was a complete fail. Never again.

Nice enough for a short stay, close to main roads and subway. Wifi has good speed for all your needs, bar on-site, breakfast was decent with good choices and good service. Room cleaned daily and restocked. Recommend

The hotel is on a quiet street in Bayswater. We couldn't fault anything. The staff were friendly and helpful both in reception and the breakfast room. There was a huge variety of beautifully prepared food for breakfast. The rooms, although small, were clean and the beds we were comfortable. We were very close to Kensington Gardens for a pleasant stroll, and there was a tube station nearby to take us straight into the city centre in 3 stops.

Room was very small.Milk off for coffee, only 1 UK plug in room, rest European ones had to get an adaptor from reception which was ridiculous. Bar prices and service charge high and different to shown

The employees at this hotel has the perfect mix of hospitality and easy going feeling. In fact the best I have experienced in my 40 years of staying in hotels. Perfectly situated in a very quiet and upper class area of the city, and yet just a 40 minutes walk to city center. Or 10 minutes to Paddington station.

Stayed at this property during a recent trip to London. Check-in experience was fast, friendly and efficient, the concierge was very helpful with providing directions, hiring a taxi and assistance with the cases. The queen room was small but very clean, it had a nice large window that overlooked a tree lined street. The bathroom and overall room decor was bright and modern and very quiet. The hotel was a short walk to the tube station and had a nice lounge located adjacent to the lobby. I would highly recommend this property to others.

The standard room (double bed) did not match the photos on the hotel website and were smaller than what appeared in the pictures. There was not enough room to hang clothes for a week´s visit. It was often difficult to move around the room with two people and luggage on the floor. If you value space, I would choose a different hotel or ask the staff about the room sizes before booking. The location is good with a 10 min walking distance to the closest tube station and about 10–15 min to Paddington station. There is an English pub and a small grocery store close-by. Our room was quiet and we were not disturbed by noises from other rooms or from the street. Our room was facing the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no toilet brush in our room and when we asked for one, it was promptly delivered. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there very considerate and friendly. The cleaning standards could be improved. There was hair in the bathtub when we arrived. One time the cleaning personnel had left towels on the toilet which is not very hygienic. The air in the room was a bit damp. The towels were not very soft. The room door and the bathroom door were noisy to open and close. Overall, I felt the room was 2–3 star level and the staff and breakfast 4 star level. There should be more comfort in a 4 star hotel room. The photos on the website should reflect the rooms better. Despite these flaws we had a pretty good stay. The breakfast and the staff improved our visit. I can understand why this hotel has both excellent and some poor reviews.

I can highly recommend the Caesar Hotel, all the team were welcoming, friendly and nothing was a problem. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Will stay here next time in London.

We stayed at The Caesar hotel back in December 2019 and had what we felt was a 5* experience with a large, clean double bedroom. I was so appreciative of the little touches. For example; staff popped chocolates on our bedroom pillows whilst we were out for the evening and were overall so friendly. Due to this we decided to stay again during our visit to London in October 2022, which whilst on the whole we had a comfortable stay, it was just not as good as our first visit in 2019. We stayed in room 128, opposite this room was a bedroom we believe was being renovated. Multiple workers in high-vis (builders attire) were coming and going from the room, being very noisy, as well as using tools. It would have been nice to have been informed this was going to be happening across from our room during our stay - especially as it woke us early (just before 7am) on the Saturday morning of our stay. We felt a little disappointed with our room in comparison to the room we stayed in during 2019 - this time it was very small, the bathroom was discoloured, the bedroom floor was dirty and there was a heavy layer of dust on the bedroom skirting board. We are frustrated as we really like this hotel but it was disappointing how much the room had cost us considering the overall experience.

I really love this hotel and have had repeat stays here. It is really an outstanding property; the staff is first class and the rooms are really wonderful. There is really no need for constructive criticism here. There are a lot of choices for hotels in Central London; I don't bother looking elsewhere anymore. Clean, convenient and really amazing staff.

After a third successful visit to the Caesar Hotel, I can confirm it as being very comfortable, accessible and friendly. Nela, the restaurant manager is a particular star: her attention to detail, warmth and ability to remember faces (even if visits were years apart) really stands out. She goes over and above to cater for the customer.

If I can just raise two points: 1) we had requested a room with two separate beds at the time of booking, but they gave us a room with a double bed. I was with my son (child) so not too much of a constraint to share a bed, but in another case it would have been a real problem. And we were told that there were no more double rooms available, maybe in the following days, but they could not guarantee it. In the end we kept the room, but I recommend that guests check with the hotel before departure. Second point: the breakfast is great but sometimes you have to wait standing for 10 minutes for the staff to place you at a table. But apart from that, it's a very nice hotel, the staff is very nice, and the rooms are very well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located.

We found this hotel on the internet and decided to give it a try. It is located in a quiet neighborhood although it could get quite noisy in the morning when the garbages are being taken away outside. The room is quite a good size especially the bathroom. The only disappointments we had were the lack of electric outlets and a mini fridge inside. Also it can be quite annoying when you can hear people walking upstairs. But apart from these is all good. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. Overall if you don't mind a bit of noise, this is a good choice to stay.

Everything went well, my fiancée said yes. She loved the room and the set up (thanks Nicole) The room/facilities were very clean, walking distance to stations. The breakfast very extensive and the bar is beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Very good hotel that met our needs. Breakfast was a bit expensive if you only want a few pastries or cereals but if you have the full English then it's reasonable value. Good location quite close to a couple of underground stations.

We paid for 2 identical rooms – but they were far from identical. One was so small that you couldn't even sit proper on the toilet – your knees would hit the wall. No closet or shelfs to unpack. The other room had it all??? Breakfast buffet was very mediocre – but the staff looked like it was their first day on the job, ALL of them. Friendly enough but like a bunch of headless chickens. We are not going back :-(

I wouldn't stay here again as the rooms are tiny, with little space for clothing if staying more then one night and small small bathroom. The first room I had smelt rotten so I asked to be moved. I moved into a reception level room for my first night which was noisy with doors banging around 3am. I then got moved to another room for the duration of my stay and it was OK jsut small. No room to do any work if you stay for business - the desk is aready jsut a mini console table taht when the dolls house kettle is plugged it takes up all the space With a case and a bag and your coat there is not much room left Tired paintwork and grouting etc - The only thing that kept me here was the staff - they are AMAZING and so friendly and accommodating. They truly make this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the service again was top notch. Note - its takes a week + for your £50 refund to get back into your account my colleague is still chasing hers after a week ...

What a great hotel! The service was great, the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and functional. It was a little small for those with large suitcases with limited storage for clothes, but it worked. It was a great deal for such a lovely neighborhood and otherwise really awesome room! The one morning we did have breakfast though, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come over and ask if we wanted to put in an order to the kitchen. We ended up just passing because we needed to get on with our day, but at least we had the great food from the buffet!

This is an old London building with great architecture and awesome location. It is close to Paddington station, which gets you to and from Heathrow very easily. The hotel has very small rooms, with equally small TV far away from the bed. My room was sort of a convent room with a very small bed against the wall on one side and the mattress overhanging on the other side. This overhanging was a bit dangerous as you would fall off if you slept over it. You can hear all the noise that happens outside the room. You can hear the creaking of the floor of the corridor, the conversations of people going to or leaving their rooms and the opening and closing of doors. This happens almost all night, so it woke me up throughout the night. Mind that I am hard of hearing and I was still bothered by this. The experience with the staff was mixed. The non-management employees were great, very warm and nice, very eager to help. On the first day the experience with this employees positively offset the inconveniences with the room. Experience with management was very dry and a bit disappointing. When I brought up the issues about the noise and overhanging mattress, there was no effort to comfort me or even show empathy. I just got a dry "want do you want me to do about it". Quite disappointing.

Good location and friendly staff. The room was small but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took note of my check-in time on Booking.com and let us check in early. They also read my request for a "higher floor, large bed, non-smoking room and we were on our honeymoon trip". It was really nice that they got us a cake, a lovely card and they decorated the bed with rose petals in the room! How lovely?! The card and the cake should be written as "Congratulations" instead of "Happy Anniversary" but it was lovely! We were impressed that they made such an effort. Moreover, I sprained my ankle during the trip and the staff gave us a bandage and also delivered a bucket of ice to our room. It's a four-star hotel but the service is five-star. Love it!

Great place to stay in London. It is close to Paddington Station with easy access to Eurorail and other rail transportation. The service was courteous, and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean. The location is about an eight minute walk to the station.

My husband and I stayed here after a cruise and I love, love, loved it. The room was clean, had coffee, and I believe robes. Every time I asked for information, I got prompt polite answers. I explored the night before how to reach Paddington Station, which is very nice to be close to because you can catch the express train to Heathrow Airport there. .The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I heard it was the district where Princess Dianna lived. I walked around the neighborhood and found places to get food to eat. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave early in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel..

I can't say enough about the exceptional staff that took care of us during our multi-day stay. Everyone from reception, the restaurant, the luggage handler and kitchen staff who delivered our room service breakfast were remarkable!! And I do not say that lightly. Each one of them went out of their way to ensure we received the best care and that all of our needs were met. The only improvement I can think of would be for the hotel to supply a variety of pillow firmness. All the pillows on the 2 double beds were big and extra firm, which were rather uncomfortable. Most places have at least one fluffy, soft pillow available. And the hairdryer was hardwired under the bathroom sink with a tight cord that took some muscle to actually use. Minor issues as the overall stay was wonderful.

I stayed in the Caesar Hotel for five nights during a conference in London. The employees at reception were always friendly and helpful during my stay. The room itself was small, like most hotel rooms in London, but quiet. I didn't hear anything from the outside patio nor the other rooms in my hallway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, even though it's near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good location in London (there are several tube stations within 5 minutes walk) but in a quiet and pretty neighborhood that has both shops and residences and is near Hyde Park for some daily exercise.

Stayed here for three nights for our Silver Wedding anniversary earlier this month and what a lovely time we had. Never stayed here before and picked it only because of the good reviews it has been getting over the years. Nearest Tube is Bayswater, about a ten minute walk, which would be the only drawback if you had any sort of mobility issues. There's no real shortcut and you have to go up and round to get there. Queensway Tube is a little further on. Plenty of shops, bars etc around the area, but the hotel itself is located on a very quiet road. Reception staff were friendly and had the room all ready by 2pm on the dot, whilst there is a small bar in the hotel, which opens at 3pm and nothing was too much trouble for the staff there either. London hotel rooms are notoriously small, however our room (226) was surprisingly spacious, with a nice view over the road. It was clean, had a safe, hairdryer, but no fridge or kettle for tea/coffee. However, hot drinks can be ordered 24/7 from Reception. As I said, it was our anniversary and I'd emailed them requesting a nice room, however not only was our room lovely, they'd taken a lot of time to add some extra special romantic touches, which my wife was delighted with....happy wife, happy life ! In conclusion, lovely hotel, superb staff, a short walk to Hyde Park, with a Tube only a ten minute walk. Area felt very safe and there was plenty shops, bars and restaurants.

When plans changed and I needed to arrive in London earlier than expected I stumbled on the Caesar Hotel online when looking for places near Paddington Station. This is terrific area and close to wonderful Hyde Park. The hotel was ideal. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was stylish and comfortable. The restaurant alone is worth a visit. My stay included breakfast which had ample choices. There was nothing not to like and I will be back.

We stayed as a family in 2 rooms at this hotel. The staff are both friendly and helpful and we felt like valued customers. The rooms are well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is situated close to Hyde Park and there are bars and cafes in the vicinity. The hotel is just a short distance away from two underground stations. Well worth considering for a stay if you are visiting London.

The hotel rooms are somewhat smaller and cannot be said to match the photos 100%. However, they were clean, functional and relatively quiet. The reception and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the daily cleaning of the rooms was well done. The breakfast itself was excellent, a great buffet choice and in addition to this a kitchen available where the chefs are happy to prepare selected dishes (omelettes and eggs, full English breakfest etc) The location of the hotel is ideal, Hyde park is nearby and if you want to venture further, there are several public transport stops nearby. It's not over the top luxury, but I can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for solid quality and a great location at a reasonable price.

We last stayed here in January this year and enjoyed it so much, we booked it again as I was to swim in the Serpentine and the Hotels location was perfect. The event got cancelled on the Monday before our Friday set off, we still came to London to be tourists and pay our respects. The Hotel is just a short walk from London Paddington tube and rail station, we also used Queensway and Lancaster Gate tube stations on the central line when going to Holborn, although it was a longish walk, we were in need for speed. The staff were very friendly from check in to check out, the lady in charge of breakfast was such a delight. The breakfast was quite exceptional and she dealt with what I saw as High Maintenance guests very well. Our towels were changed every day along with room clean and turn down service that was not expected. This is for sure our go to hotel when staying in London. We must remember to include breakfast when booking next time though.

I'm only an occasional reviewer, when I think it worthwhile for readers. But we just completed an overnight stay at the Caesar and I was impressed by the hotel and it's staff. The location, near Paddington station, is convenient for visitors using Heathrow airport and a reasonable cab or Uber ride from any of London's main rail stations. The price we paid is actually moderate for London at just over 220 pounds including a very decent breakfast for two. The staff (all foreign) are exceptionally charming and helpful. The room was (inevitably) small but very clean. We would certainly return. Two criticisms. No tissues in the bedroom. And the bar is decent but I resent being charged a two pound “service fee” for two glasses of wine. I filled out a survey for the hotel telling then that this is a relic of a bygone period and should be dispensed with. But take neither of these comments as significant. Once you get over the inevitable sticker shock of London prices, this represents decent value and is probably the best place we have stayed in London in many a year.

Within a short walk to Paddington, Lancaster Gate and Bayswater underground stations. Hyde Park is at the end of the street. The hotel is located in a residential area with little through traffic. The hotel has a modern interior with comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and is excellent. You can also order a cooked breakfast. Staff are very polite. The breakfast manager is charming and she is an asset to the hotel. All guests receive a warm welcome when the enter for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Caesar. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed or wanted was promptly provided with a smile. The property was clean and modern. Our room was a bit small as European hotels are, but was fine for the two of us. Would definitely stay there on a future trip to London.

I had a really nice stay at the Caesar. Even though the room was compact, I could tell that the hotel was trying very hard to make my stay feel special. Small details in the room like soft towels, Evian, handmade chocolates and upscale toiletries made it feel luxurious. And the breakfast was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very good and we'll stay here again. It's near both the Paddington stations and Bayswater tube station (about halfway between them). So it's good for transportation. The Caesar hotel has very excellent and attentive staffing in all areas, from housekeeping to the breakfast room. They must have good management. The breakfasts were very good--choosing from a buffet or cooked breakfast of your choice (or both buffet and cooked, if you choose). We ate dinner a few times in the bar area. It has a small menu, but was well-done with enough variety. There is also room service for food, which we did not use. There are several good restaurants in the area--Halepi, Bella Vista and Gold Mine Chinese. There are other stores nearby too--like Boots and Tesco for other shopping needs. My spouse and I had Room 224, an Executive level room. It was adequate but too small for us. No room really to lay out a suitcase, except on the small desk. But my husband needed the desk to work on his computer. We unpacked and stored our luggage in their storage room. I know overall hotel rooms are small in London and other European cities. The hotel is very quiet and there was no street noise at all. Wifi was good--no complaints there.

We enjoyed three wonderful days and nights at The Caesar, which is located on a peaceful street right off Hyde Park. The lobby is bright and beautiful. Our room was clean and interestingly designed and decorated . . . a pleasure to return to after a day or evening in town. Staff were well-trained and delightful. The bar is intimate and beautifully designed, offering bar and table seating. Our drinks were well-made, and we were happy to invite friends not staying at The Caesar to meet us at our hotel for drinks. Our beds were very comfortable, water pressure and temperature consistency in the shower were great. We recommend making a reservation for dinner at the near-by Halepi Greek restaurant.

We loved everything and everybody was so helpful and friendly. Very clean. Location quiet, but central. The breakfast ladies were outstanding, friendly and a good taste of humour. Breakfast was delicious.

I feel best hotel in this kind of London hotel. The lobby is big and clean. Staff are very kind. The location is also good near bus stop and train station. There are lots of resutrant and supper market.

Handy location to get around London but in a quiet area. Rooms were comfortable if not huge but perfectly fit for purpose. What made the caesar special for us was the staff at breakfast time. They were super efficient at getting hot drinks and food out and always checked to see if we needed anything. They were all incredibly friendly and having a laugh with us, especially Magda who was the perfect ambassador for the hotel.

The staff here are fabulous and the amenities such as wifi excellent. Handy to a range of underground stations as well as Paddington. If you choose use the restaurant the food is very good too. The close proximity to Hyde Park is also a plus.

The Caesar Hotel is a well appointed & comfortable hotel located 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station, Bayswater underground and Queensway underground. I liked the central location in quiet residential streets but a short walk to Paddington, Notting Hill or Kensington Gardens. The service is excellent- the staff are always friendly and helpful.

We selected The Caesar because it is close to Paddington Station, had very good reviews and was reasonably priced. We were not disappointed and found the staff to be very accommodating and the room to be very clean, bright and pleasant. Perhaps the most impressive part was that I received an email about a week before our arrival alerting us to the fact that their air conditioning was down as a result of the extreme heat wave that had just hit the city. The manager offered us a 20% discount if we stayed or would waive any penalties if we decided to cancel. I was impressed that we got notification of this - often bad news is delivered at the time of check in in this type of situation. The desk staff offered us two fans for the room and the windows did open a bit so the room was very comfortable. The room itself was very clean and a good size for a city hotel room - we stayed in the Family room which had two beds (one large and one small) which was perfect for the three of us. The location was decent - near Hyde park and on a quiet residential street a short walk to Paddington Station. I would not hesitate to recommend to others!

I enjoyed my spacious room. There was great shower water pressure, a rare commodity in hotels these days. And the service from the lovely Magda at breakfast was outstanding. I'd recommend the slightly larger executive rooms if you want something larger than the standard.

The Caesar is a very typical London Hotel, several townhouses combined with narrow hallways, but nicely renovated rooms and a very nice breakfast area. Great bar and great location. Very friendly and helpful staff and very conveniantly located. I loved it!

We spent about 10 nights at the Caesar Hotel and couldn't ask for a better experience. Great location in a charming and quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park, several key tube stations, and Paddington train station, as well as shops/eateries. Friendly professional staff, cute bar/restaurant, clean and stylish rooms. London is expensive and it was challenging to find a hotel that checked all our boxes (affordable, clean, good location, charming), and Hotel Caesar did it for us!

We spend some days at Caesar Hotel at some warm London days. We tried the breakfast two days, and it was a good start of the day. It was easy to keep a good temperatur in room. Dinner in the restaurant one evening was ok.

You don't get much for your money in central London and this place is no exception. The rooms aren't huge but presented well, modern and clean. Check in was easy and it was no problem leaving our luggage there before and after the stay. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Paddington station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Close to Hyde Park so ideal for stays when attending events there

The staff make the difference at this hotel, everyone provides a great experience. It's in a quiet location, but only a 10 minute walk from the nearest tube and Hyde Park. We had a long weekend in London for Wimbledon and this hotel was in a great location for a couple of tube stations. The rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning and the staff were really helpful. Would definitely visit again.

When I began researching hotels for my trip to London, I was met with extremely high prices and not much more than a bed. The Caesar met all of my needs and at a reasonable price. I was visiting London with my mom and we wanted two beds which isn't always easy to get, but was available at the Caesar. The location was in a quiet area and out of the craziness of other parts of London we visited, but was still within 10 minutes walking to a few tube stations, a few minutes to Hyde Park, and nice pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was also included, which wasn't always the case with the other hotels. I didn't expect the breakfast to be so extensive! Not only was there a buffet with anything you could want, you could order from a menu with things like avocado toast or an English breakfast. What really made our stay special was Nela in the restaurant. She greeted us warmly every morning and made us feel so welcome. I felt like we were friends by the end of our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. If I ever return to London, I would absolutely stay again.

The Caesar is in a great.location. easy access to public transport and, when it is on strike, easy to walk around. Breakfast is well done and the service is good. Room had good bed and bathroom but was opposite the toilets and had minimal natural light (# was 614 and on the basement/below ground floor).

I honestly loved my stay, as a solo female traveler the location was safe, room was good enough, bed was comfy, staff were very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was great! Sometimes u hear other people's voice but I didn't mind it tbh because most of my time i was outside and i only come back to have a good sleep/shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Caesar. The location couldn't have been more perfect, it was on a quieter street but so close to Hyde park (3 mins) and 3 subway stations were 10 mins or less, walking. I have to mention how comfortable the bed was - the pillows, sheets and mattress were soooo comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The room was a very typical hotel room for London, not very big but not too small at all. Had everything we needed. A smart and cosy hotel close within a pleasant 10 minute walk from both Hyde Park and Paddington Station. A small but cosy room with a big, comfy bed and, on a lower level, a small are with sofa, desk and TV. Shower room en suite. Situated in a safe, pleasant and quiet are, this four-storey hotel was ideal for an overnight stay on business.

Wonderful hotel in ideal location near Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Staff were exceptional - they offered us umbrellas to borrow when it was rainy out, and were consistently friendly throughout our stay. We interacted with many staff over the course of 4 days and they were all this way. Whomever is running the staff training programme, you're doing something right!!

The Hotel has a modern feel about it. It is beautifully decorated with many pleasing features. The rooms are small but include everything that you need for a short stay, including a good ensuite, USB ports, a good TV and wifi. The breakfast and bar facilities facilities are exceptional and the staff team is incredible. We left with a smile on our faces. The Ceasar Hotel contributed, without doubt, to a really nice short break.

Stayed for one night at the Caesar. The location is excellent at walkable distance from eden garden and little venice. The staff at the reception were gems - very friendly and extremely caring. Didn't opt for breakfast but they have a nice restaurant inside and a drinks corner too.

Impressive collection of antiques, truly unique. Outstanding breakfast served most elegantly (I hate normal buffets) with starched napkins - it is always those details that make an experience great. The staff are simply fantastic, even so far as to sow on a loose button! Please, don't change ANYTHING!

Great hotel near Hyde Park and a close walk to bus and underground access. The food was very good. Breakfast included cold and hot food choices. We got a room with a separate seating area which was perfect for one to be in bed and the other to read or watch tv. Would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and so helpful.

We stayed one night with our little dog. Overall it was ok but I was disappointed to find out you couldn't leave dogs in your room unattended and that dogs weren't allowed in any public areas of the hotel - bar, restaurant etc. Its fair enough to not be dog friendly but don't market yourself as a dog friendly hotel and offer dog packages After some discussions we were allowed to take the dog with us to breakfast but it just wasn't a relaxing experience overall sadly. Room was nice but slightly small.

Came across The Caesar Hotel when i was trying to find a decent priced hotel for a one night stay in London. The staff was exceptional and so friendly. One of the concierge helped us to our room with all our luggage which was so sweet. They called our room to ask to ask how we liked it! They're bar has great food and drinks. They'll store you're luggage if you want to walk around London after you check out which is a plus! I'd stay here every time i go to London!

The Caesar Hotel is now my regular stay in London 2-3 times per year when I visit for business. It is a nice, clean, affordable hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with great service in cleaning the rooms, at the front desk and at the restaurant. The hotel is close to Hyde Park for those enjoyable morning walks, and close to three Underground stations (Bayswater, Queensway, and Lancaster Gate), which connect you easily with the rest of London. Plus, it's only a few blocks from restaurants in Notting Hill and Queensway. Paddington Station, where you get the Heathrow Express to/from the airport, is only 10 minutes walk away. So convenient and a great hotel to stay in. I love it.

This is my honest opinion. My wife and I stayed at the Caesar Hotel prior to our daughters wedding 25 & 26th March 2022. This is a really spotlessly clean Hotel albeit the room was a little bit small. Restaurant was very nice , staff excellent especially Niella. I would recommend this Hotel to stay at.

My mother in law brought me to London on April 4th and we stayed at The Caesar Hotel in London. We were there for two weeks and every bit of it was perfection at The Caesar Hotel! To name specific people, there are a few. At the front desk there was Dalia, Jan, Michael, and Leon. They were consistently friendly and helpful! They definitely went above and beyond. In the restaurant were our favorites. Magda, Fernandez and Nela were super! So friendly and helpful! They were all exceptional! We definitely will stay there again in the future.

We stayed for 2 night in the Caesar Hotel, everything was perfect, delicious breakfast, a clean and tidy room and last but not least helpful and keen staff that always were taking care of the guests. Highly recommended!

The bathroom floor was warped due to the shower door not closing correctly so anytime you showered the floor would become dangerously wet and very slippery, I reported this to reception but the floor itself has already warped so this has obviously a fault that had been reported previously, worn and tatty furniture and very poor comfort for a hotel room. The bottom of the chairs looked like they had been chewed by mice and the quality of furnishing is very poor with chipped and old furnishings.

Everything about our stay at the Caesar Hotel was excellent. Starting with the exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, followed by clean and comfortable (if small) rooms and great location. They did everything they could to make our first time in London wonderful. And a surprisingly great internet connection- best I've EVER had in Europe! Great value.

We stayed for 2 nights, including breakfast. From start to finish it was top notch. The room was fantastic, everything in it was top quality, we had a doggie room but unfortunately we couldn't bring him due to a last minute decision. The staff were very friendly & efficient & nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was superb, it wasn't a choice of either or, you could have a full English AND continental! Stayed here once before the various lockdowns and was looking forward to returning. It did not disappoint. A short walk from various stations and midway between Paddington and Bayswater centres, so within easy reach of many local shops and restaurants.

Our 3 days at The Caesar Hotel were terrific. The rooms are newly decorated with quality towels and toiletries. Walking distance to two subway lines makes it easy to reach all places in London. The staff at the front desk are the real treasure. So very helpful and kind, they really made us feel welcome.

We love the location of this hotel. The garden view from the hotel room is very nice and the hotel room is very quiet. Enjoyed walking around Hyde Park which also provides good access to Herrods and the Natural History Museum.

I have stayed five times. The staff are the friendliest and most efficient in London. Good value for money, excellent location. Single rooms are small but acceptable for the price. For the future, would be good to have a small fridge in each room.

Breakfast is delicious and the staff is very attentive. Everything is very good an the location is great. I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to London. Close to the Hyde Park - just walk through and you reach buckingham Palace

So nice staff, really good breakfast,location perfect for me who wants to take my morning walk in Kensigtin gardens/ Hyde park. Near bus 94 who takes you to Oxford circus and Piccadilly. Rare to get this good breakfast for that price in London

I stayed in the hotel for two nights and I'm happy that it was a short stay. The location is very nice and safe area, about 10 minutes walk from the Paddington, Lancaster Gate and Queensway stations. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 125 on the first floor. This room more reminds a broomstick room rather than single room, with ridiculously long and narrow entrance. I barely could fit my carry on luggage in the room and move around. On March 9th, there was a short fire alarm in the middle of the day, I left the room but the house keeping lady told me that everything is okay. The cleanliness of the room was very questionable. I found someones dirty T-shirt behind the table and a sock under the bed (I believe now I'm free, like Dobby). The hairdryer was so dusty you really don't want to touch it. Unfortunately I washed my head and I had to use it. I also found someones review from Nov 2021 on the table in the room, that person also complained about the dusty hairdryer. All that is disgusting in my opinion. Single travelers deserve the same good service as couples and families, and the room should be perfectly clean. People pay money for that.

The hotel is really welcoming. Located in a great place and at the same time quiet and safe. Very close to two Tube stations, a short walk to Hyde Park, to Notting Hill neighborhood and to Oxford Street (from the Marble Arch side). The hotel is of a high standard, very clean, bedding and towels of a high standard, hospitable and courteous staff. Breakfast is excellent and very varied (even by the standards of Israelis who always expect more). I especially want to compliment Ms. Nela from the dining room who cared for us and was attentive to our desires. I will definitely be back here again. Highly recommend - promise tha you will not regret it.

I had a great stay at the Caesar hotel. The staff was really nice. But the hotel is a little noisy (you can hear the people talking on the hallway of the hotel and slamming their doors which was not cool). You can also hear the cars outside if you're staying at the first floor. Otherwise I had a really great night, the room was comfy.

Small but cosy and comfortable rooms, very clean. The level of customer service is what made this hotel special. Staff were so lovely, all super friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Location good, reasonably quiet and short walk to amenities, transport services and parks.

We enjoyed the hotel, the location is very practical near buses and metro., in a very nice and quiet place. The service was very good, reception and specially the attendants at breakfast, which by the way, was very worthwhile . The only disadvantage is the apartment size which was small and no fridge. But, still I recommend strongly the hotel.

What can I say? We Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, Delicious Breakfast, Good prices. Our hotel room was amazing! So clean and tidy, bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable too. The hotel is a great location with the tube stations 5-10 min walk. An excellent hotel in a central location. Room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom had luxurious amenities, shower was great! The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had in a London hotel. The service was also perfect, from reception to the servers at breakfast, definitely better than some 5* hotels I've stayed in. Would definitely return, thank you.

I stayed in this hotel in November, having a quick stay over for a party. The rate was extremely reasonable and my expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised to be in a very modern small but comfortable room. Lovely panelling, light neutral shades, immaculate condition and a dream of a power shower. I stayed again last week, taking my son for an audition. The room was very tired, mixed laminate flooring, the bedside tables looked ‘blistered' and there were radiator heating pipes on show. The room just felt very tired, dated and disappointing and a completely different room to the (cheaper rate) one I stayed in previously. I had recommended this hotel to so many friends and made booking for work colleagues, I genuinely hope people think I weren't recommending this 3 star rooms in a 4 star hotel. The previous room was so much nicer, and I felt very disappointed that my recent experience did not match my last. The pro's are a very efficient and friendly check in, a good location and close walking proximity to restaurants in Bayswater. I was just surprised how different the quality of the rooms were over 2 stays.

The reception was firstly, extremely helpful and very caring. The rooms were lovely and the best part was the view over looking queens garden which was gorgeous!! It was very close to Hyde park and about a 10 minute walk to multiple underground stations. The street over was a high street full of shops and restaurants. Will definitely be staying again.

We arrived early and our room was ready. The room was fine. We upgraded to a larger room. The receptionists were helpful and couldn't help enough. As we arrived in our room they rang to check that the room was OK. We had breakfast which was very nice. So much to choice. The staff were so polite and lovely. We couldn't have asked for more. The hotel was perfect for the tube station as it is only 5 minutes walk away. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Can not fault this hotel. Brilliant location, well presented throughout, staff were very friends and helpful. We had breakfast with our stay which consisted of one cook breakfast and buffet. It was delicious. They also have a cocktail bar and serve authentic Spanish tapas. We will be sure to stay here again.

We've just came back from a 4 nights city break after we've stayed in your lovely hotel. Everything was sooo nice and staff so lovely. Easy check in -check out. We've been surprised with an upgraded room and a little something for my birthday. We had delicious breakfast every day and the restaurant girls were amazing(Magda, Florentina, Janeth and Nela). Also very professional reception staff, Isabel and Federico. We've felt so welcomed and so taken care of. The area where the hotel is situated is very handy, close to shops, restaurants, Paddington station is 10min away, Hyde park the same. Thank you and we'll highly recommend to everyone.

Definitely stayed in better 3 star hotels.Room was far too small could hardly move.Staff were ok never had much dealings with them.Room wasn't cleaned once while we were there due to covid which is stupid if you ask me been in a few other hotels during covid and all been cleaned everyday.However it was clean enough when we first arrived.The bed was comfortable & i slept great both nights.Never had any food or drink at hotel but the menu in the room seemed great & you could order 24/7 whuch is great.For me the hotel was too far out of centre plus i wasn't aware of the £50 deposit you had to pay on arrival.Don't think id stay again.

My room had an awesome view. The people were friendly and would do anything to help you. The hotel is located at the heart of London. I had an excellent time!! I loved looking through my window at the beautiful Queens Gardens trees and birds and the people going by. Everyone had a smile on their face. I sat at the lobby and had a wonderful chat with the staff who are always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone at anytime.

There are so many hotels in London, how do you chose where to stay. The Caesar Hotel was chosen for this booking for its location and although just under a 10 minute walk from Paddington Train station, it will be for sure our go to London Hotel going forwards. Why? Everything about the Hotel was wonderful. Reasonable rates, great check in, fantastic spacious and modern room, very clean, covid friendly, nice amenities in the bathroom, tea and coffee making, I know these are standard, but the bed was comfortable, great linen, good wardrobe space, see my pictures. Breakfast, first class with fantastic service from Greta. Caesar Hotel, please award Greta for her wonderful cheery attitude, she was a pleasure and such a credit to the derby hotels group. Oh, the breakfast, such choice, so tasty, again see the pictures. Check out a breeze and we were allowed to leave our bags with reception whilst we were then tourists for the day.

This hotel deserves every single star. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out time. Staff helpful and friendly, rooms and all other areas in hotel fantastically clean, room was big and stylish, bathroom lovely and all toiletries in place. Covid measures (yes, important at this time!) in place. Room service 24 hours and really good. We didn't order breakfast but used room service for snacks and restaurant for dinner. Restaurant is small and homely, maybe not a lot of choices of dishes but quality of food is good. Also good location, not exactly near tube but only 8 minutes to walk. Area is quite and Good sleep guaranteed. Actually, it was the first time I had really good night sleep in London. We definitely will stay there again. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was fantastic couldn't fault that the staff was very helpful & very accommodating to your needs which was lovely a lot of choice to choose from cooked breakfast to buffet everything to suit anyone .

There is really no faults with this hotel. It's beautiful inside and a lovely location which was also very central so easy to get around, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Definitely recommend!

Members at booking in to bar staff were helpful informative supportive and helpful. Information on the payment system as Ceasar hotel takes the payment for the booking fee one day before turning up , explained how the system works perfectly fine the pending is authorised after the card payment is taken. Staff at the bar especially Florentine were very warm and friendly and helpful and energetic. I enjoyed the service from her and staff and the front desk my room had Norns and and papers which I thought would be be standard were more than willing to give me what these items at request. The general attitude was up beat and helpful Frederico at front desk provided pens and paper at my request and was warm, friendly and helpful in all that I asked. This is the 2nd time I have come here and I would like to visit here again.

Just returned from an Amazing stay here. Room was clean and had very comfortable beds. We stayed here while visiting the surrounding areas such as Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park it was about a 30 min walk away and the hotel is very close to public transport with train stations and bus stop within 10 mins. The staff were so helpful here and polite which made the stay a very relaxing break away. We also had the breakfast which was beautiful and was such good quality foods. We also left our luggage with the hotel whilst we explored the area once we had checked out. This was great for us.

Lovely hotel, great position near buses and tube stations. We had a very comfortable room which only needed a fridge to be perfect. Staff were very friendly and I have no complaints at all. Would love to return one day. .

The Caesar is well located for Hyde Park. We stayed for one night. The room was comfortable but very small. Unfortunately we had a lady next door who we believe was on her phone for well over an hour and we could hear her conversation through the wall. This was a little off-putting. We also had a maintenance man who walked straight into our room in the morning when we were still in bed? Apparently there had been a leak? He should have at least knocked first. Luckily he heard our shouts and retreated. A nice hotel for a short stay

Stayed here for three nights August Bank Holiday weekend. Not too many guests staying, did not feel crowded and therefore extremely Covid-safe. Stylish, good atmosphere, excellent service. Looking forward to returning.

I'd recommend this trip to anyone looking for a comfortable inner city break. The staff were attentive, while the rooms were well kept. I felt very happy with the service throughout - from start to finish. The cleanliness too was very good. I have only good things to say and will certainly stay again.

Gorgeous hotel with classy design throughout and a luxe-feeling room with lovely toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was extremely tasty with very generous portion sizes. Bar area is lovely too, and we were even treated to a free glass of sangria. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Great stay! Amazing location within walking distance to Kensington Palace and park. It's also close to Oxford street and Harrods, which are must do when visiting London, as well as Bayswater tube station for easy access to public transport. Staff is friendly, rooms are small, but reasonable amount of space to accommodate me and all my bags from my shopping spree. I didn't visit the restaurant, as the breakfast alone was a bit overpriced at £17.50, and especially since you are just a few short blocks from many other restaurants and coffee shops to grab a bite to eat at a much more reasonable price. There is a workout facility which is small, but has sufficient amount of workout equipment to get in a decent workout. Would highly recommend, as this hotel is a great value for money.

Really good value for money. The breakfast staff were so friendly. Restaurant food was of a very good quality. Will definitely stay here again. Bathroom was a little bit small but had everything you needed with high quality White Company products.

I enjoyed my stay there, it was quiet and orderly, I never got the sense of any trouble ever going down. They run a tight ship there. I think its closeness to Bayswater and Lancaster gate stations provides ease of convinience so it's good for making quick returns to drop stuff off if you've been shopping and want to go back out again. It's a short walk to Kensignton Gardens if that's your thing. Service was fine, I'd probably stay there again.

No faults really, room could be bigger, but it is big enough and considering the price, location, service and breakfast, clean. Even offered to keep our bags after our stay if we wanted to collect the cases afterwards. Very much worthy value for money. Will stay here again the next time I am in London for an overnight stay.

Stayed for a couple of nights wit my partner to celebrate our 5 yer anniversary. AS soon as I mentioned this via email, Kremena went above and beyond to let me know that they would do everything to make our stay memorable. Prior to arrival we organised roses and bath salts to be placed in the room. During check-in, breakfast (which was very very good, and very good vegetarian option!), room-service, check-out, every single interaction with staff was extremely good - everyone was super kind, polite, friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. The room was lovely, big, clean and had a nice street view. Heating and aircon were easy to use. Definitely a place to consider for a romantic getaway, close to the parks and a tube station, whilst managing to be tucked away in a peaceful corner of London. A big thank you to The Caesar Hotel and specially its staff, as you are what made our trip so good!

We enjoyed a really comfy stay. The reception team are so helpful and professional. They made us feel welcome on arrival and were only too happy to give directions and share local knowledge. The room had everything you could need and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Great location for Paddington Station and on a quiet street. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was lovely and in a good, quiet residential area near to attractions. The staff were very friendly and professional but we were disappointed with the size of the room. Very small and cramped for two people with paper-thin walls so conversation could be heard from the next room. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

I would like to thank Santiago for the assistance I received prior to the arrival. I emailed the hotel regarding I wanted to book for my boyfriends 30th birthday. He provided the best care I could ask for! He advised options on what I could put in the room to make it extra special and even when I ordered my own balloons to the hotel (which arrived faulty) he still managed to put some other balloons in the room for me. He emailed me with constant updates for this which I am so grateful for. Arriving at check in was perfect, staff were really friendly which makes the welcoming perfect. They advised at check in my room would be upgraded due to it being a special occasion which was also amazing!! The room was decorated so special with rose petals strawberries and balloons and of course the cleanliness was spot on. I cannot fault anything during our 2 night stay it was all around perfect! This is the best hotel staffs I have ever experienced! Excellent service, wonderful attention and with heart and sincerity. I have been travelling for more than 15 years and never wrote a feedback, be it good or bad, though I had more than fair share of bad experience and at times, was really tempted to write to complain. However, my stay at The Caesar Hotel was so great that it prompted me, for the first time, to write in and compliment them, specially Nicole. The room is exquisite and location good. This is more than boutique, it's a one with class and service. I stayed for 2 days and enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommended! I will definitely come back, be it business or holiday. I think it will be the perfect hotel for someone who wants a treat or celebrating an anniversay or special date

Had a short break during the half term. Hotel was clean and very comfortable, rooms quite small and basic but nicely decorated and appointed. Staff were excellent, really helpful and quick to sort out the minor problem we had. Very tasty breakfasts, nice dining room. Great location, few minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and close to tube stations. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but at times we felt we struggled to get what we communicated (I.e. mix up with checking out). Rooms were very basic for the price, and ours lacked a high standard of cleanliness. Stains on the bottom of the duvet, dust on many surfaces, rust/wear in shower, and dead bug in the lights in the bathroom. Overall just expected a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The meals and room service were always served in a timely manner. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There location is pretty good as well! About 10mins walking distance to the following tube stations: Bayswater (circle and district lines), Queensway (Central line) and Lancaster gate (Central line).

What a lovely hotel, my daughter and myself have just come back from an over night stay, Firstly the staff here are wonderful, and will go above and beyond for you and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are lovely and clean, the bed is to die for my daughter said it's the best bed ever, and she wants one at home. It's about a 10min walk from Paddington station, and we got the big bus which there is a stop at the end of the road. We had evening dinner and breakfast her and the food was 1st class, my daughter loved the fact she could have pot of hot chocolate at breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back to stay again very soon.

My Mum and I went to London to see a show and stayed the night in Caesar's. We couldn't fault the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and caring. The room was clean. Lovely bedding, towels, dressing gowns and nice and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous again with very attentive staff. We hope to visit again.

Location: Definitely 5 stars, you are ~10 minute walk to Paddington Station where you could take the Heathrow Express to get to the airport in less than 45 minutes. The hotel is also near the bus stop and tube stations. In 5 minutes, you'll be able to walk through a street of shops and restaurants. I felt really safe walking around on my own to get to places. Room: I had a pleasant 5 night stay. The room is smaller than expected but it did have everything I needed. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The pillows and blankets are clean and fresh. Since the hotel is small and there a lot of rooms in a floor, you'll hear the doors open and close from another rooms. I was beside the housekeeper's room so I heard much but didn't really bothered me during my stay. I was placed in with the windows. I initially thought you could open wide to get out but you can't. You could still open it in a degree to get some air. I hope they could powerwash the balcony. Bathroom: it is modernized. Howevever, the shower glass could be improved. It is so short that the water splashes out, leaving the rug to soaked all the time. Reception: everyone was warm and delightful. The staff are so genuine and courteous. Value: if you are looking for a hotel that is accessible to the tourist locations, tube and bus stations and shops, this is a great deal. I wish I upgraded my room since I stayed more in my room.

This is a lovely hotel and is thoroughly recommended. Clean, modern, good facilities and great location, very near Hyde Park. The service is exceptional and ALL of the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Easy walking distance to a number of tube stations and no problem to walk to Oxford Street.

We were at this hotel for business, al also some fun of course! Location in great, very quiet although being in London. Check photos and virtual tours to look at the spaces, very nice Victorian building, but the staff!!! We couldn't feel more welcome, anything we needed and much more, big smiles everywhere and I think they really feel part of the company! Brilliant!

Chosen for its ten minute walking proximity from Paddington Station it did not disappoint, as The Caesar hotel far exceeded my expectations. I really could not fault it. After a forty year gap from my last visit to London I was quite apprehensive, but the friendliness and warmth of the hotel reception soon put me at ease on my arrival. The interior decor is very pleasant with clean lines and decorated with beautiful mosaic wall plaques and uncluttered furniture - in fact everything a boutique hotel is about. I had a super room overlooking the central gardens of the road which was surprisingly quiet even with the window open. A very comfortable bed and everything provided right down to a little bottle of sanitizer and nail kit in the bathroom along with all the other bits and bobs for your comfort. Breakfast was superb with so much to chose from on the buffet table. Cheeses, meats, fruits yogurts, cereals, fruit juices, nuts, breads and so much more I can't even remember! You could also have a cooked breakfast if you wished but as I'm not a big breakfast eater the homemade muesli and pro-biotic homemade yogurt, coffee and fresh orange provided me with the perfect start to the day. On my last day I treated myself to a full cooked breakfast (minus the black pudding and baked beans which I chose not to have) and it was delicious. The breakfast staff were so warm and welcoming and went overboard to attend to whatever I needed. I shall miss their cheerful smiles in the morning! This hotel treats you as an individual and not as a lot of hotels - a number. I had a lovely personal letter in my room on my arrival which wished me a very pleasant stay after a forty year absence from London which was very much appreciated. If I ever get to visit London again The Caesar will be where I would chose without hesitation as everything about it was just perfect for me. A little oasis from the madcap hubbub of London!

The hotel is in an ideal location, quiet but close to the city centre. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and provide excellent customer service. Overall, the rooms are very clean and well presented, as well as the hotel lobby and breakfast bar. The food was very tasty, with lots of different choices from the buffet. Overall, an amazing experience. Will be returning in the future

I've been told the hotel is to be upgraded which is great but I enjoyed it as is. The room was small but had everything you needed, fridge, dressing gown etc. The room was spotlessly clean and immaculate paintwork. The only negatives - there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom and I could hear those above me moving around. That however didn't stop us from loving this hotel and it's location. Its an easy walk to Hyde Park and Tube station and not in a noisy location. The breakfast was really nice and lots to choose from. The staff were amazing and friendly, especially Magda and her colleagues in the dining room. They offered great service, warmth and a real love of people. We will be back.

Everything was amazing from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Staff where excellent remembered our names aswell really welcoming can not wait to go back. Perfect location not noisy at night. Really close to the train station. Only down fall no hotel parking.

I loved my stay here, my flight to London arrived earlier then expected and I was a bit nervous about whether I'd be allowed to check in earlier, the receptionist was more then happy to let me check in few hours prior, very grateful for that! Breakfast and other food was amazing as well, only thing that was a little difficult was the size of the room, seemed a bit cramped to me, too many things a little clustered together, but for a single person staying like me, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Loved my stay, if I'm ever in London again, this is where I'll stay for sure!

We stayed 1-5 Oct 2021 and had a great weekend. Location very good, only 10 mins walk from Paddington Tube Station The rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception and dining room staff could not do enough for you. The breakfasts were excellent and the choice of food could not be faulted. Right from the moment of entering the property there was a very welcoming vibe. Check in was easy and efficient, the room was very spacious and had all the facilities one would hope for. The breakfast experience was very good, the staff all well equipped to del with my request and the spread was remarkable. A thoroughly perfect stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my wife while on a weekend break. We booked this hotel as it was only 10 minutes walk from Paddington Train Station. It's location was perfect as it was a short walk to other Underground Stations which meant getting around the sights was easy. Check in was excellent, we received a warm friendly welcome which set the tone for the hotel. As we arrived early our room wasn't ready. We were able to leave our bags with at reception. Our room was small, not much room, but it was very clean. The space wasn't an issue as we spent little time there. We stored our cases below the bed as there wasn't any other place to keep them. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, attentive and friendly service and great value. I will stay at this hotel again. If you're looking for a base near Paddington I would recommend this hotel.

Safe and secure in a time of Covid. All the staff showed hospitality ---helpful and friendly. Rooms were excellent and very clean — but yes the beds are small. The bathrooms and overall feel made up for this for us, but people might want to confirm the size if they require a larger bed.

We loved our stay at The Caesar in London. Close to The Underground, beautiful Hyde Park and shopping, but on a lovely, quiet street. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great atmosphere. We will be back!

We had booked a deluxe room but apart from a little extra space there wasn't much deluxe about it. The room had a dated shower over bath which was dirty on arrival. Also the view out of the room was the back of some apartments and air con units. Also the noise from above and the corridor was loud despite the hotel claiming to have sound proofed rooms. To top it off, which isn't fault of the hotel, but someone close to us was smoking in their room which made the corridor stink.

We have visited London many times & usually stop around the Trafalgar Square area, this time our usual hotel was full for our dates, so we decided to try a different area & reading the excellent reviews for the Caesar Hotel we decided to give it a try, so glad we did, what an absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculately clean in all areas, we had two executive rooms, both rooms looked out on to the road, we were a little worried about noise at night, but as it was mainly residential there was no noise at all, the bedroom had plenty of space, one of the comfiest beds I have slept in, slippers & bottled water were provided, the bathroom had everything we needed, great shower, large fluffy towels, usually I take my own toiletries as hotel ones tend to be a little harsh, not here though, the ones provided were from the White Company, great selection, also a bottle of hand sanitiser which was thoughtful of the hotel & smelt lovely. Breakfast was amazing, beautiful dining room, great choice of hot or cold food, the staff were lovely, so friendly & helpful. There is a small gym & sauna, we didn't have time to try, also the bar looked lovely, but we were so busy we didn't have time to try it out, maybe next time! The hotel is in a great location close to the underground, parks & plenty of shops, my daughter, her friend & myself felt very safe walking in the area even at night. The best asset to this hotel is the staff, everyone of them was so helpful & friendly, I had sent a couple of emails before booking asking about location, transportation etc as we had to travel to a different area for an appointment, I received really helpful replies that put my mind at rest. The only disappointment I had & it is a very small one, until the last day I didn't realise that they had a great choice for room service as I didn't have a menu in my room & only saw the one in my daughters room when we were going home, I will know for next time. I will definitely be returning to the Caesar Hotel, I'm so glad we discovered this lovely hotel.

My wife and I stayed three nights at the Caesar Hotel as part of a ‘three for two' promotion from Best Western Hotels, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. A nice touch was a complimentary half bottle of red wine in our room on the first night – thank you, Caesar Hotel. We had a standard double room on the first floor. Although the room was not overly large, it was plenty big enough for our needs and had a full king size bed. The bedroom was light, airy and spotlessly clean. And unlike other hotels where we stayed post-covid, the room was cleaned every day. As with all Best western Hotels, the hotel staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. It is the staff that make staying at their hotels such an enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to Janeth and, particularly, Nela who looked after us very well at breakfast – thank you, ladies. The breakfast was wonderful. There was an extensive cold buffet with a Spanish influence. In addition, there was an a la carte hot menu that included a full English breakfast, a vegetarian English breakfast, an assortment of omelettes, smoked salmon on toast, and churros with hot chocolate sauce. The hot dishes were all individually cooked to order and they were, without exception, delicious. The hotel has a well-stocked bar, although it was no open every evening during our stay. Dinner is also served in the bar; it looked delicious, but as we did not sample the food it is not possible to comment further. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Queensway underground station on the Central Line, so getting into the heart of the West End and visiting the main London sites is no problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Caesar Hotel, and have already booked another visit for next year.

It was a short but great stay. It felt like I was home. I had a room on the top floor (411). It was a small cozy room with good natural lighting. I was working remote and did not have an issue with internet connect the whole stay. Very efficient. Thank you again to the front desk and housekeeping for the great accommodations. I will be back!

We chose the Caesar for its close proximity to Paddington station, it was less than 10 minutes walk from the station in a lovely quiet area. We were more than happy with the room, although small it was designed to make the most of all the space, it had a small stylish bathroom and a lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Our stay included a breakfast which was nicely cooked and there were plenty of choices on offer for the continental buffet. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive and friendly. All in all we had a fabulous stay at the Caesar and we will definitely book to stay again. Highly recommend this boutique hotel

I love this hotel. I have been staying there for many years. It is my Go-To business hotel. The rooms are not large, but they're clean, and nice and the bathrooms are very modern and well appointed. It is just minute walks from three big Underground stations, and close to Hyde Park and restaurants on Queensway. Love it there and will continue staying there in the future. Also, very quiet neighborhood at night, so you can sleep with the windows open.

The service was amazing; the staff were polite, respectful and very helpful. the room was fresh and clean and all my requests were fulfilled by the team. My partner and I had a lovely weekend city break and the Caesar hotel added a touch of class and comfort to a perfect weekend.

The staff and customer care was beyond 5* From the hotel reception staff to the people working on the breakfast bar they all were absolutely amazing and genuinely helpful with smiles! This trip was a treat for my niece and she thoroughly enjoyed it. We were upgraded complimentary and it was my Nieces birthday it was a joy to find a card from the hotel staff upon arrival. Every little detail was taken care of. I have to say this was one of my best stays in a hotel and I would definitely 100% book again and recommend anyone else to book too!

THE CAESAR HOTEL!!! Remember this name as this is the best hotel in London! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in- Nicole in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help a friendly and professional way. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby and computer with printers - all free to use for guests- surly can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Later on, Nicole at the Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club, so we have great night out as well. Tea, coffee and milk in the room! It's s really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! Overall I had the best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in cental London to everyone!!:) THANK YOU THE CAESAR HOTEL !:)

Great value for money. Wonderful staff and good location, central but quiet. Rooms are small (even Executive rooms). Theres a problem with the mini frdiges which dont keep items cool and the temperature control in the shower is useless - you only get very hot water! Otherwise, nice place to stay and will continue to book this hotel.

Another fabulous stay at the Caesar, Wonderful staff in a nice neighbourhood. Nice walks from the doorstep and five minutes from the underground station and an excellent choice of restaurants nearby .

My partner and I visited London whilst watching England v India, with the hotel being ideally located for those that are willing to walk everywhere. Thank you for a lovely long weekend, the service was faultless throughout and it was nice to see a welcoming front of house team which is always the case at other hotels. We will most definetly be staying again when we visit London.

Situated in a distinguished looking and quiet terrace in Bayswater, a few minutes from Hyde Park and Queensway and Bayswater tubes, we had a very friendly welcome from two nice ladies at reception. Rooms had been booked via Booking.com at a very favourable rate. Bright and clean entrance and reception, our single rooms were comfortable and well appointed with shining bathrooms and the only slight disadvantage was the limited wardrobe space, but at the price this was easily overlooked. Everything was spotless and the bed comfortable. Did not need breakfast, which was extra. Would certainly return!

Overall a great hotel, based around 5 minutes from Paddington station, perfect spot. Nice room but came with a few drawbacks: we found a few hairs that clearly weren't ours and the corridors were, at times, a little noisy. Minor complaints really, great spot!

Great location, quiet and residential but 5-10 minute walk to Paddington station. Staff were all very friendly from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. Decent WiFi, clean and modern reception. Breakfast was very nice and two lovely ladies were very pleasant and attentive. The only slight downside were the rooms, we had two but I felt were very basic for a four star hotel with just a safe and a kettle and nothing much else. Quiet small and looked a bit worn. Air conditioning was a good bonus though. I just stayed at the Clayton in Dublin, also four star and had a safe, iron, ironing board, kettle, hair dryer and was spacious and modern. Saying that, I wouldn't hesitate to return to The Caesar. A response to an initial review states the rooms are set to be refurbished. The next time I head to London, I will definitely consider this hotel again.

I have never bothered to write a review before about our previous trips or holidays but after staying at the Ceasar Hotel I felt I needed to A Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Happy welcoming reception. Prompt check in. Spotless rooms. High quality service and quality food for Breakfast. Perfect for Hyde Park (2mins) Lancaster Gate Underground (8 mins) Queensway Underground (10mins) Marble Arch(20mins) This is the first time my wife has ever said that she would be happy to walk from either destination listed to the hotel on her own at night without being worried in London.

Myself, my husband, son and daughter stayed here last weekend. Such a beautiful hotel, impeccably clean, bright and welcoming - all staff were very attentive, informative and treated us like family. We booked a double room and a twin room, both were very sufficient for our needs with White Company toiletries and slippers which was a nice touch. The air con unit was very welcoming too and soon cooled the rooms for us. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we all had a good nights sleep. There is an amazing breakfast buffet, served in a bright airy restaurant, all tables are laid with white linen tablecloths and linen napkins with a red rose placed in the centre of the table. Top marks to Florentina who took our cooked breakfast order and was very courteous and friendly, even when I changed my mind about how my eggs were to be cooked, lovely lady. The cooked breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day ahead. As we were sightseeing on the Sunday morning, we left our bags at reception, came back at midday, freshened up as we were then going to Buckingham Palace Gardens for a picnic - we then returned early evening and collected our belongings and sadly said Goodbye. We all said we would definitely return to this beautiful hotel, and would totally recommend to others. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Amazing experience!!! Rarely place to be find! Excellent Quality and customer service. Details of every each part of the hotel is delightful no one in London can do better on my opinion. Some places may have they stars but won't even fit that highest level of doing well with the heart no matter how days can be challenging for some. Professionalism and human being quality with the elegance of attitude without being too much or not enough. Discreet place and quiet place I recommended this place don't look anywhere else but with the Caesar unless you wish an average experience instead. I'd come back definitely again. 4/5 Nice and clean. I came for a short staycation with the family and staff seemed to be well coming. Good location. Hyde/Kensington park we're just across the road. Only thing I found strange was that room toilets didn't not have locks. Other than that, I would be happy to be back again.

Love it here! I first discovered this hotel when I used to occasionally stay overnight in London for work. My first booking was via Hotwire , where you don't know the hotel before you book since then I've stated s few times. My recent stay was different, my sister was visiting from Scotland so I came to spend time in London with her. I had a lovely spacious room and was able to work comfortably there. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not be friendlier. My sister was initially staying in another hotel close by, however, she felt unsafe with drug deals taking place and loud music played h til 3am. She moved to the Caesar and lived it. The location is great, walking distance to various tube stations, Hyde Park a short stroll away and just minutes from Paddington. Thank you for a Wonderful stay

Honestly couldn't fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Make sure you include breakfast as the team and food are a really pleasant way to begin the day. Rooms are very clean and have opening windows and air con (a relief in August). We had an amazing deal that included a cooked breakfast. Good location too in a nice area near Kensington Gardens. Closest tube is Queensway. Currently issues on some tube lines, so check before travel.

this hotel is very conveniently located. Both common areas and rooms and fully renovated and they are very nice. Great breakfast and service in every area. While it is not that small, it has the feel of a boutique hotel.

We booked this as a last min break and we're not disappointed. We choose a standard room which was beautifully decorated and very quiet. The hotel was immaculate with friendly staff. It has a lovely bar, with a nice choice of wines and the tapas was great. 5 mins walk to Queensway tube which is 3 stops to Bond Street. Will definitely come back

The customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly. I booked my room through Airbnb. I have a really spacious room with an outside patio. The reception is not that great down stairs in the basement but for the most part iPhone to iPhone works. WiFi is available too. Room service is really good the kitchen. It was a good feeling to know I had a safe haven during this COVID era while traveling Thank you! Also great coffee shop and little convenient store within walking distance.

We have just returned from here , we stayed 3 nights , lovely hotel , nice quiet location but still very close to everything, rooms very nice and good size air con and safe , excellent breakfast , very clean and staff very helpful , would definitely recommend.

Room and bathroom was so small - barely could move around. Breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly and made a birthday card for my boyfriend for his bday which was a nice touch. The bed was not comfortable unfortunately and we would not return due to the cramped room. It's just not what I would expect from a 4*.

Last week I stayed in The Caesar's Hotel, Hyde Park. Well what can I say…… It was a lovely hotel, very clean and modern. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were all very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant for breakfast was light and airy and so much choice was on offer, with cereal, fruit, pastries, cold meats and more as well as a cooked breakfast and even churros. Magda from the restaurant is a great asset to this hotel, she was super friendly and took the time to chat to us. Very highly recommend.

I have always been a big fan of The Caesar and opted to stay with them again to celebrate my birthday this year and as always they have accomodated all my pre requisites which included allocation of my favourite room with an added surprise birthday card and small trinket wooden box of chocolates!! I would recommend The Caesar for having very helpful staff, super comfy bed, newly refurbished rooms, for being pet friendly, convenient location for London underground, bus stops and all amenities (Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster tube stations, 5mins walk to Hyde Park, close to Notting Hill and Portobello Road), and over all very good standard!! I stayed here with my partner for a 5 day holiday in London. The staff are excellent, helpful and efficient. The room and public areas were clean and well decorated with classic clean looks. Air conditioning worked well as it was hot on or visit to London also easy to operate. I enjoyed both the cooked and buffet breakfast in the restaurant. I didn't use the gym as I used the Santander cycles during the day with 2 stations close by. Convenient for both buses and tube stations. Quiet at night times so perfect for sleeping after busy days. I would be happy to return on my next visit to London.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel with exceptional staff. Really friendly and knowledgeable receptionists, cleaning service was brilliant and breakfast / waiting staff very professional. Great location for the tube in three local directions. Went for a picnic in Hyde Park which is in walking distance. Didn't use the gym or sauna but it looked in great condition.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Caesar Hotel for 2 weeks and the service was excellent! The cleaners/reception staff were very welcoming and kind to us. They provided us for anything that we asked for such as; clean towels, cutlery and clean sheets which was great! All the staff were friendly and the location was highly pleasant. The bed was also super comfy and luxurious. This stay was delightful and outstanding, we will be coming back again!

The service and friendliness of staff is excellent. Stayed for 9 nights and made me feel at home during my stay. Definitely a place I will be staying at for any future trips. Within walking distance to Kensington Palace which is a plus, very nice neighborhood!

Great location, easy tube access. Phenomenal staff, they really make you feel welcome and are happy to help with any inquiries. Room service breakfast was so fresh, yum! Can't wait to book again. Oh, and make sure you don't miss the flamenco dancer in the bar, so much fun, and have some delicious tapas and sangria.

Very nice and helpful receptionist Kremena who called to check if room was fine, made sure check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast service waiters Florentina & her colleague were very friendly and helpful.

On arrival at 12:30pm we were surprised that they allowed us to check in as our room was ready. This was a godsend after travelling to London. At 5pm when the bar opened we received a complimentary glass of sangria which was a lovely touch. The hotel is on a quiet street with a very short walk to Hyde Park and a 5 minute walk to the tune for the centre of London. The hotel was very clean and the reception smelt wonderful. Our room was quite small but very comfortable and we didn't need any extra space. We especially liked the covid pack with the hand sanitiser in our room as we had forgotten ours. Breakfast was a buffet style served by the staff due to covid. We actually liked this as it meant the restaurant was much quieter and there weren't lots of people walking around. The lady with the dark hair at breakfast was very attentive and friendly and a credit to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed here for one night as part of a business trip. The staff at reception were very polite and professional, check in was easy and I was offered assistance with my luggage. The room itself was very nice, modern but comfortable, immaculately clean and quiet, so I slept very well. All in all I found this hotel to be very nice and good value for money (which isn't always easy to find considering the sea of hotels in London). I would definitely stay here again!

Only had a short weekend stay but the impression was very good. The reception ladies were very smiley, friendly and helpful. That's the very first impression of the hotel for the guests. The room was very clean, so was the bathroom. The bed was very comfy too, aside from some subtle smell of man's hair tonic from the pillow sheet I had. The best merit in my view of this hotel is tranquillity. It is wonderfully quiet at night. Kensington park is just a few minutes away, if you'd like a morning jog, perfectly located.

Beautiful, clean Spanish run hotel. The breakfast was high class and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They even put on a flamenco show in the evenings. If I get the chance I will be staying here again.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay at The Caesar. We fell upon this hotel by chance as it was made available on a buyagift voucher. The staff were ever so friendly and attentive. In particular, the waiting staff at breakfast time. The hotel also agreed to extend our check out free of charge, which was very kind. The room was a standard double, but just the right size. It was quiet, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very tasty, and nothing was too much for the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, who would like to stay close to Paddington (5 min walk) and nearby tube stations. Couple in their 20s and 30s

We LOVED this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to Hyde park, tube station into the city and a short drive to Knightsbridge. The room had incredible windows with views of Queens Gardens and the houses around. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have done more for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always so friendly. The hotel was covid aware and suitable measures in place and very clean. We will 100% be coming to stay again.

Everything was amazing over the 2 nights spent, clean and tidy with delicious breakfast and extremely friendly staff (no exceptions). This is not a hotel that only cares about their profit, they put a soul into their job, this is why we believe the best part of the visit was the customer service delivered by the staff members of this hotel.

Caesar Hotel is in great location close to the shops on Oxford Street in Central London kensington Palace, Hyde Park and all local amenities & sites. Perfect place for a one night stay. Would definitely come back again for a weekend trip to London.

The hotel is nice. The area is nice. The room was nice (albeit a little chilly as the air con did not heat). They tried to bump me down to a single room at check in as I was travelling on my own, even though I booked and paid for a double. But that's ok. So why 1 star? I am writing this in the room. At 2am. Having asked specifically on booking for a quiet room after a particularly tough day. The quiet room they put me in is in the basement. Under the bar! Where a flameco dancer performed earlier in heels. And now at 2 am the staff are still moving furniture and walking around in Riverdance shoes above my head. So they loose 4 stars for being a hotel too noisy to sleep in. I could have stayed another 2 nights but looking for a quiter hotel as soon I post this review.

Visited in corona-times so a lot of services (sauna, gym) weren't available, although this was hardly the fault of the hotel itself. Several staff members were excellent: Agostino cheerily serving breakfast; Nathalia and Kremena helping amend/refund my booking at reception; and Serena (the MVP) helping me upgrade to a room of my choice. For me, this upped my experience from 3 stars to 5!

I booked The Caesar Hotel last minute. It was my sisters 22nd birthday so we needed a place to stay, The Caesar seemed convenient as it was close to all of the London attractions. When I arrived I was greeted by the most friendliest staff who made me and my sisters feel very welcome comfortable. The manager was extremely friendly and upgraded our room to a deluxe family room so our stay could be memorable. The hotel was room was immaculate. Everything was perfect. The staff accommodated for all of our needs, they had even set up a birthday card and a box of chocolates for my sister. Our breakfast was included in our stay. Due to Covid restrictions we were unable to help ourselves to the buffet however the most politest waitress served our every need. We were all spoilt for choice during breakfast. I would definitely recommend The Caesar Hotel for your place to stay. The staff are very professional, the location it's great and the service was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a great 2 night stay. Hadn't stayed that end of London before but was so close to all places and had a good walk in Hyde park Saturday morning to blow away the cobwebs. Will definitely stay again.

This is my ‘go to hotel' when working in London or taking the wife to a show etc. All the staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble they even call you once in your room to check all is ok & if you need anything, a nice touch. Pay By Phone parking outside is a bonus & 2 tube lines, the Central & District/Circle with-in a short walk.

I stayed at the Caesar for two nights with a small dog and received excellent treatment throughout by the caring staff who attended to any question I had. The room itself was immaculate and I can definitely say the best value for money in the area. 100% Would stay again.

We arrived on September 14th and had actually booked another hotel nearby. When nobody opened for us there and we already had bad premonitions because of the bad reviews of the other hotel, we looked around and found "The Caesar". We received a very, very friendly welcome, the rooms were extremely clean and the air conditioning was very valuable on those warm late summer days - ah, and so was the lift. Due to the corona situation, the restaurant was closed. We were offered a continental breakfast to be brought to the room. We decided against it because we wanted to eat something on our stroll through London anyway. We later realized that the room would have been too small to have a comfortable breakfast. But that wasn't an important criterion for us. We always pay particular attention to cleanliness and friendliness. We didn't use the TV so I can't comment on that. The wifi was fast, the bathroom and room were not only very clean but also big enough (although a second chair would have been practical - there would probably not have been enough space). Overall we were very satisfied and will consider this hotel on any future trip to London.

Upon arrival, the front desk was beyond accommodating to our needs. The staff was beyond helpful in assisting us with our multiple bags. Additionally they accommodated us with a larger room for our stay. We had previously had trouble with an airbnb and were looking for a place to stay. Thankfully we landed at the Caesar Hotel. The staff were so accommodating that we continued to extend our stay because of their helpfulness. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone that we meet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and easy-going it could be. We were sad to depart the hotel but will most definitely stay here again if we need a hotel. Thank you to the amazing front desk and staff that made our stay a memorable and relaxing experience.

Stayed here for my boyfriends 18th birthday. The service was exceptional. We had our room upgraded and had a lovely card written from them with a treat. They were extremely helpful and polite. The room we had was amazing. I will definitely be returning.
