"Absolutely Disgusting"
Paul T, 15 Août 2022

Do not book this hotel. Booked and paid for a cheap room 10 months in advance and because a concert was on they cancelled the day before so they can charge you 4 times more if you contact them direct! Worst practice ever! Look at the other reviews that say the same. Absolutely disgusting ruined my planned surprise trip for my partner but they won't care only interested in profits.. How can they get away with this? If I could leave a negative rating I would!

"Hotel closed"
Fred H, 02 Août 2022

Booked on 21-10-2021 for a stay on the 13-08-2022 we were going to watch a concert at Wembley stadium so thought rather than ger caught up in the rush for the train stay local and return home the next day, so as the date was close I thought I'd call the hotel to ask about parking lucky I did I was told by a member of staff that the hotel is closed to reservations and someone from the head office should have got intouch to let me know so I called head office to ask why no one had contacted me they said someone from the hotel should have done and no one can tell me the reason why the hotel is closed Now we can't get another hotel in the area because they are now all booked for the dates so definitely won't be using best Western hotels anymore

"They cancelled too late to find a suitable alternative. Left with no where to stay."
Roving40091969734, 03 Juillet 2022

I would have liked to have stayed here but after having my money for over 8 months they cancel my booking saying they are closed. I have a disability and wanted to be near the venue for the concert but all hotels which are close are fully booked. At what point did they know they wouldn't be open. Discussing.

"Terrible service."
534ellieb, 25 Juin 2021

I booked to stay for July. After ringing to see if any alterations could be made they informed me they were closed after not bother to contact me first. After back and forth of being open and closed they are now actually closed after telling me 2 days prior they can honour our booking. Not to mention the phone being put down on me and forwarding me to someone who couldn't even help to avoid my complaint. we're coming for the rugby league finally so this has added extra stress and a is major inconvenience. Leaving us 3 weeks to find another hotel around the stadium. After trying to speak to a manager who is apparently not available am yet to wait for a response for the poor management. Not happy will avoid the company in future.

"Trendy"
Cynthia A, 16 Mars 2021

The hotel is situated on a main road so surrounded by local shops & restaurants and has a small car park at the back that costs £15 for a overnight stay. Revolving doors brings you into a large reception area that has a vending machine, game machines, water machine, plenty of seating, a pizza area, a bar and a restuarant which were all closed due to the COVID restrictions. I liked a fake colourful fish tank and the neon signs which gave the reception a trendy look. Check-in was quick although they ask for a card payment for a £30 refundable deposit. The room has a framed quote to greet you as you entered with a full-length mirror next to it, then a wall-mounted TV within a feature frame. In the corner was a small a table with a chair which to be honest just make the corner cramped. There was a large comfortable double bed with a large colourful padded headboard that had 1 lamp incorporated in it and single-shelf open-front bedside tables either side. There was a wall mounted air-conditioning unit with remote control and a small desk with chair that had tea/coffee facility on it, in front of a long mirror.By the door was an open-front hanging area with shelves and a safe. The view was of Nandos & Dominos Pizza etc on the main road. The bathroom has a large shower, a single sink with a large mirror above and a wall mounted extending magnifying mirror at the side. Wall mounted soap dispensers were available in this trendy, white brick-style tiled bathroom. The breakfast was a grab bag with ham & cheese sandwiches, blueberry muffin, an apple, orange juice and a yogurt which was a disappointment as in the lift there was a picture of a full English breakfast so I was expecting some hot food to take to our room.

"Excellent value for money"
patriciablack14, 27 Novembre 2020

The staff team make this hotel. The room is very clean and comofortable. The staff you met are professional and keen to help. If there are any issues the staff are keen and helpful to sort them out. I will be staying with them again over the next few months when work requires. The rooms are not "special" but well priced and functional and beautiful clean.

"Stay during COVID"
T3514IYnatalieb, 15 Octobre 2020

This hotel had been a regular favorite as I am a Best Western Member, but due to COVID we hadn't been here for sometime. We felt very safe at the hotel with all the COVID regulations and our room was clean as usual. The hotel was quiet but just as good if not better. We look forward to another stay shortly, all the staff were great and we have missed them.

"Business Visit"
pauldN1192QU, 13 Octobre 2020

Stayed few times at this hotel because its close to our work site and also been booking for my other colleagues here. This place is good value for the money, the only issue I faced was the power kept tripping in my room. Staff was apologetic and offered me a room move so the problem was resolved quickly. Cleanliness is good in the hotel. It would be good to have restaurant/ bar open.

"Enjoyed our stay"
HeenaK147, 13 Octobre 2020

My husband has been booking this Hotel for his business stays many times. For the first time I stayed with him last week and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The girls at Reception are very welcoming and friendly. We were given a room upgrade with very nice décor. Overall its a nice Hotel and service is very good too. Can not wait to visit again !!! :) :)

"COVID rebook"
14caro14, 02 Octobre 2020

Booked a nights stay but due to COVID we had to cancel. We were given just 3 days to rebook a date for later in the year with not knowing how the pandemic was going to pan out if would've been near 100% chance we would lose our money. My email communication from Kashmira wasn't the best but since seeing others reviews I understand this is a common occurrence.

"Dreadful "
michelew468, 28 Août 2020

We stayed at the Best Western on the 27th of August for one night. The hotel is located on a very busy, noisy road. We couldn't even hear what the receptionist was saying because of the traffic noise. We stayed on the first floor. We was unable to get to sleep until after 1.00 a.m. and the traffic noise started again at 5.00 a.m. The locking system on the door beeps when someone closes the door rather like an alarm and goes on for a couple of seconds. We will definitely never use this hotel again.

"Good Quality Hotel"
jsJ208MU, 28 Août 2020

Good quality hotel. Clean. Staff were friendly. Very good price. Bed firm. Quiet. Will come back again. Second time I stayed at this hotel. Receptionist were hotel. Everyone was wearing a mask. Heater & fan in room.

"Hotel was great!"
brandonvjc, 25 Août 2020

We went for our anniversary and that we was welcomed in a polite way, Explained everything, then we went to our room and the Air Con was broken! BUT then we told the Staff and they relocated us into a bigger room with an amazing view to the town! Was such an amazing anniversary because of this! Thank you!

"This hotel is has zero integrity and are retaining funds from vulnerable people who can no longer stay."
Andrew B, 16 Mars 2020

I have booked this hotel for me and my father to attend an event, the booking is no longer able to be used as my father is 74 years old and suffers from asthma and angina. I have explained this to the hotel and that I refuse to put his health at risk with the current situation and requested a refund but even considering the situation they have dug their feet in and refused to refund a penny. I do accept we have been offered a date change with possible price changes! but this is of no use to us because I will no longer be attending the event but the hotel are simply not interested and will happily put the health of their guests at risk before they return a penny to anyone. I have asked now on three occasion what measures have been put in place to reduce risks to guests but they have failed to respond. I am absolutely disgusted that in this current situation in which everyone is struggling that there are still vultures like this that will happily take money from vulnerable pensioners or put their health at risk just to retain their money. Having stayed at many Best Western around the country this will be my last as they have shown their true values and it certainly puts the guest very far down that list of priorities.

"Average hotel, staff could be better"
589lizg, 13 Mars 2020

Overnight stay due to attending a concert at wembley. Location is great and away from the business of the immediate hotels outside wembley. 15 min walk from SSE arena. Found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and unwelcoming. Room is spacious and clean and the cost is favourable. Bar closes early and facilities poor.

"Smiling front desk Laura"
Truereviewer1, 09 Mars 2020

Very welcoming front desk check in staff Quick and easy check in Staying here almost every week sine April 2019 Been well looked after on every arrival Nice clean room and bathroom Comfortable beds and pillows Highly recommend Thanks for looking after see you all soon

"Decent hotel"
temitopealonge, 09 Mars 2020

Accommodation was good. Complimentary Breakfast was satisfactory and the environment was conducive too. The security was adequate and the staff at the front desk particularly Ms Cassey were very helpful with assistance for locations around the hotel. Being on the high street and yet enjoying the peace and quiet was a great experience for us. Packing of cars was a problem because of the limited car packing space and to expect lodgers to pay for packing their vehicles needs to be reviewed

"Great location and lovely hotel"
cherie203, 05 Mars 2020

I stay regularly at this hotel and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable to stay in. I would recommend this hotel to people staying away on business and those who are visiting Wembley Arena as it is within walking distance.

"Weekend away"
Elder06, 24 Février 2020

What a lovely hotel and staff hidden around the corner from Wembley stadium close enough to walk but with out the hustle and bussel... lovely full English or continental breakfast with juices smoothies, teas or coffees a great choice to start the day...soft beds in cosy rooms for a great night sleep and just around the corner from the tube so you get pop in and out if the big city. Although we had a room with no window we had a lovely light box with a sunny picture of London.. the children loved this!

"Good location"
tanyahall115, 23 Février 2020

There is alot to see and do locally. The rooms are well decorated. The lift was not working when we visited but staff were aware. The lady at check in wasnt very inviting but polite. The free water at check in needs new jugs they look very worn out and over used so i did not drink the water because of this reason.

"Great hotel lovely stafg"
Jorobinso, 18 Février 2020

Had a lovely stay here after our accommodation we originally booked was so bad we changed hotels. This hotel was amazing, just what we needed. Value for money, comfortable, clean and welcoming Thanks for looking after us!

"Good Value hotel"
JenniferC1969, 24 Janvier 2020

I stayed at this hotel in December and the quality was good. It was difficult to find my room and parking was extremely tight with a limited number of spaces. The cost was significantly increased due to a concert being held at Wembley, so booking as far in advance is advised to avoid price hikes. But the room itself had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable and in a good location.

"Great value-for-money hotel"
Mike F, 22 Janvier 2020

Very nice hotel - helpful staff & plenty of them - Whole place clean & tidy - Very cheap / Unbelievable value for money when we stayed there - Selection of beers was poor but there is a Weatherspoons 60 yds away

"Clean and comfortable"
Emma4995, 20 Janvier 2020

Booked for it's close proximity to Wembley arena. The best western plus is clean and comfortable and the perfect base if attending a concert in Wembley. The walk to the arena is an easy 10 - 15 minutes. My room was in the basement of the hotel so no windows, it's decor was light and a window wall feature gave the allusion of a window. If your claustrophobic then ask for a room above ground as these rooms could prove a little disconcerting if you suffer with confined spaces. Immaculate, clean and comfortable I would definitely stay again. We didn't have breakfast here but plenty of options along the high street if your feeling peckish. The hotel has limited car parking which can't be purchased in advance. It works on a first come first serve basis. However there are plenty of car parks in the area which average around £12 per 24 hours.

"Robbie"
geordie_h_1892, 26 Décembre 2019

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was quite basic, breakfast was extra at £8.95 per person. Room was adequate but I thought it was odd that they needed photo ID for each person staying plus they take a £30 deposit when you arrive.

"Very nice"
Rayjden, 19 Décembre 2019

We were in Wembley last Tuesday (17th December) to see Robbie Williams and stayed at the best western plus the room was clean spacious and Wembley themed, there were pictures of Wembley tickets for live aid and Rolling Stones with a matching runner across the bed and a quote from Freddie Mercury on the wall and a silhouette on the door, breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced and the staff ware very helpful

"Clean, tidy, lovely staff"
Missieeff, 14 Décembre 2019

It's not as close as some hotels to the stadium, arena and shopping outlet but it's quite a quick, easy walk. There's plenty of shops and restaurants around as the hotel is in the high street, which is handy. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff delightful. They'll ask you for ID and a £30 deposit when you check in but the deposit is cancelled afterwards when you leave. We had a twin room with a window which was brightly decorated and although the shower was a bit disappointing, it was really clean. I asked for an iron and it appeared along with a board in under an hour. Breakfast was good. The chef prepared vegetarian sausages just for me but you need to ask. All in all a good overnight stay. I'm glad we booked a room with a window though, I wouldn't have fancied being four floors down in the basement.

"Average hotel, noisy location, unhelpful staff"
Adam-and-Lucinda, 07 Décembre 2019

Upon check in we asked if it was possible to have a room facing away from the road and /or high up to avoid the road noise. The member of staff jusy ignored what my husband politely asked and checked us in anyway to a room on the first floor! When we asked for a second time he just replied 'you can't hear any noise.' well, you can, a lot. We both slept very poorly due to drunk people screaming outside until 5.30am, cars constantly beeping horns, police cars, and a party across the street at a restaurant. Bearing in mind our room wasn't even facing the road, I would definitely say you can hear noise. I wouldn't feel safe at night in this location if travelling alone. Rooms are clean, facilities good, but bed was lumpy. Location is OK for the arena, 10 minute walk. If coming again I would stay closer, probably at the holiday Inn, to avoid the noise/unsavoury characters in the town at night.

"Super value for money"
melvyn17, 03 Décembre 2019

Rooms are extremely clean and very colourful themed rooms, front desk are very helpful, value for money and very close to the station, will recommend it. rooms are clean and well lit, nice sized bed and very comfortable.

"I will return"
janelleyeo_, 03 Décembre 2019

Although the hotel is not at central London, it is very near Wembley station, therefore making this hotel accessible and convenient. My sister and i stayed for two nights and the hotel room was very clean. Wifi speed was good. We liked that there was no carpet flooring - carpet flooring in hotels sometimes give off a musky smell. Toilet was clean, but the shower head water pressure was quite gentle. You can still get a clean good shower, but we'd prefer if the shower head had a stronger water pressure. There is a free desktop in the lobby that you can use so no worries about not bring a laptop for work. The only negative feedback we would leave is this: we booked via Agoda without breakfast. When we checked-in, the receptionist briefed us through our room details, wifi, and also breakfast timing. We thought we were so lucky that this hotel provides free breakfast. We had breakfast on both days and our names were in the list for breakfast. When we were checking-out, however, they told us that we needed to pay for breakfast. We felt mislead and cheated. Although we would have still eaten breakfast here (no other place nearby that were to our liking for breakfast), it would still have been nice if they told us at check-in clearly that we do not have breakfast in our booking, but if we want to have breakfast, these are the time; instead of making it sound like breakfast was part of our booking. But, the breakfast, although a basic spread, was tasty and we loved the hashbrowns which was always freshly topped up. Overall, it was good and we would stay here again.

"Cold,damp, unapologetic!"
Bernie K, 26 Novembre 2019

I was a guest in room 101 on November 17th 2019. Unfortunately we had a highly unsatisfactory stay. On arrival after travelling all day we were told that there was no food being served, plus we were not allowed to get food from elsewhere and eat it in the lobby it had to be eatin in the room. Our room was absolutely freezing as was the hallways and stairs once past reception, the heating in the room didn't heat, it only released cold air! I made front of house aware of how cold the room was at roughly 8:30pm, the barman/front of house said he would check the problem! It wasn't fixed and stayed cold! Our bedding felt damp from how cold the room was, we slept in our bedclothes with our day clothes over them to try stay warm! The shower the next morning was barely tepid even though it was turned to full heat. On check out 18th November 2019 I expressed to front of house I wasn't happy with the overall stay and stated that I had made them aware of the heating problem the night before. Front of house apologised and offered a free coffee or breakfast, we declined as we had other arrangements! I don't feel a free breakfast/coffee is satisfactory compensation for a freezing nights sleep in 2 layers of clothing and a cold shower! I've since contacted the hotel but unfortunately their compensation is 30% off future stays which I wouldn't burn myself twice!

"Avoid the underground rooms as some are 4 floors underground with no fresh air supply"
552grahamr, 22 Novembre 2019

Great location but avoid the windowless rooms as they look to be in the converted underground car park. My room was 4 floors underground which caused anxiety when sleeping, on the booking page it suggests the rooms are in the basement, but in reality they are underground rooms. On their website it says they offer free breakfast for anyone who books on their website, but the staff knew nothing about this at check in. Felt like a bit of a criminal when I arrived as ID was requested an a £30 damage deposit taken, this is unusual for a UK hotel for a UK citizen. Breakfast seemed to be done on the cheap, Coffee machine was turned off & turn strong black coffee offered. The hot buffet had no sausage/bacon, you had to request it & was given a small amount. Overall a poor stay in an average hotel, I wouldn't book this hotel again, as I feel there is something underhand going on.

"Good staff and good location"
erguncelen, 21 Novembre 2019

The staff at this hotel are great, very helpful and pleasant .I would recommend this hotel to anyone if staying in Wembley. The room was the same as in the pictures. The beds and pillows were comfortable so you can get a decent night's sleep. .Rooms are very clean good in size and nice decor to stay Location is quite good and convenient, several pubs and restaurants around this area and very close to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel and we're looking forward to staying here again soon.

"Great Staff"
JamesWin1987, 19 Novembre 2019

The staff at this hotel are great, extremely accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if staying in Wembley. Out those hotels I have stayed at (at least 5 in the area) this has been my favourite.

"Professional smiling front desk staff"
Truereviewer1, 18 Novembre 2019

Good hotel with good location Rooms are clean good in size and nice decor. Front desk staff (Laura and Mariana) very professional, always smiling and very helpful Comfortable beds and pillows Would stay here again

"Fairly decent hotel"
Sagar564, 13 Novembre 2019

Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel, the front office staff are super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Room and bathroom was quite small, and the breakfast is repetitive. We literally had the same for all the 7 days. Location is quite good and convenient, several pubs and restaurants around this area. And a short walk to the train station.

"Ok at best."
scottbunker, 12 Novembre 2019

Firstly the front of house team was fantastic. My issue is the room smelled of cigarette smoke and also few areas of repair needed. TV was not level and unable to adjust and yes the room was labelled as disable enabled room bathroom not suitable for able bodied people of average size. Shower adjustment limited to if over 5ft very awkward. As said main issue is the odor of cigarette smoke, unable to identify the source and as only staying two nights and out most of the evening didn't want to cause a fuss. If was spending more time or was with my partner would have raised it as an issue.

"terrible"
Rik H, 10 Novembre 2019

one if the worst hotels ive stopped in, room was tiny ment to be a queen room, staff was bot polite, food was awful, and breakfast was as bad the bacon was more fat than meat, aver all best bit was the toast which had to go through the toaster 3 times to get some colour

"Nice Hotel, nice staff and nice price!"
Kinga M, 07 Novembre 2019

Nice staff, they can speak different languages , not just english! The room was the same as in the pictures, good service, easy to get there as it is closed to the bus station and train station. I recomend it!

"One night stay"
daviniam1904, 06 Novembre 2019

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The lady who checked us in and out was very professional, helpful, a lovely person overall. We appreciated the courtesy call we received shortly after checking in, to check if everything was ok with our room. That was something we had never experienced before. The location was perfect...a short walk from the Tube/Train station and a few steps away from many shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and comfortable, containing all the amenities you would expect including an AC/Heater for those warmer or colder nights. (I hate being cold so this was a big thing for me). The beds were comfortable so you can get a decent night's sleep. I also loved the decor in the room. I highly recommend this hotel and we're looking forward to staying here again soon.

"Can not fault it "
leonis479, 06 Novembre 2019

Considering the low price I paid for a room, my colleague and I were pleasantly surprised. Everything we needed was in the room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to Wembley stadium. Will book again when I have another meeting in Wembley

"Great Location but Poor Parking"
Bill M, 30 Octobre 2019

This is a nice hotel within walking distance to Wembley Stadium. Very reasonable price. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. If you drive a car there, you need to do your homework. Lonsdale Parking is about 400 yards away and is $8 per day. However, for game days you need to reserve a spot in advance. Wembley Central is another good option but a little further away. Rooms are nice. Elevator works sometimes.

"Room with no view or air!"
NEOntour73, 29 Octobre 2019

Do not book here- there are loads of better options. It's 4am, had 3 hours sleep and just waiting til I can safely leave for a cafe and hang out somewhere with air before the conference starts. Room has no window and air conditioning does work and smells. Just no air at all. Sound proofing is truly pants. Can hear other phone message alerts! Hotel takes a deposit- to bank overnight. Highly irregular. Stay away.

replyf18wjgkjn102019, 28 Octobre 2019

Stay at BW hotel before and never had a problem before. Got told parking at hotel was £15 then charged 5 minutes later £25. Don't accept room 202, to say it's next to the lift is an understatement! If you an average size person you won't fit in the room. They ask for photo ID then disappear in the back room with it! Ask why and told it was BW policy which is crap as I rang customer service about it (they are investing it for me). Breakfast was dry as a cracker. Overall, wish I alerted in the car!

"Spotless."
denblack258, 28 Octobre 2019

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfy and bathroom clean and towels plentiful. The hotel is ideal if visiting Wembley. Wembley central tube station two minutes walk away.

"Concert at Wembley stadium!"
jeenad2015, 25 Octobre 2019

I had a concert at Wembley Stadium and this hotel is perfect location. It's a couple streets away from the stadium located closely to Wembley central underground. Easily accessible many shops and food places near by. Will definitely be staying again if going to another concert.

"You won't regret it."
Nomad44815735200, 24 Octobre 2019

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were very clean and bigger than expected. The location was great. Restaurants from all walks of life were in close vicinity. Walking distance to the famous Wembley stadium.

"Would not stay again"
JonDoe04134, 24 Octobre 2019

Useless design of the room and bathroom, very uncomfortable bed, really slippery shower. Worst of all, the neighbourhood is terrible and feels unsafe. Made one request at the front desk shortly after arrival, to fix the safe box in the room which was closed and thus unusable, they failed to send anyone to open it. On a side note, the same happened to me at a BW in Bulgaria a couple of weeks ago and the receptionist came himself within 5 minutes with a key to open it and a deep apology. I spend on average every third night at a hotel and I like hotel chains for their usually consistent quality, this one fell very much short of my expectations.

"Conveniently located"
Michal32, 12 Octobre 2019

For me, the location was key, close to the subway and Wembley Arena. Hotel was clean, rooms not large, but sufficient for a short stay, breakfast simply ok. I did not have high expectations and .... I was not surprised negatively. I arrived around 12.00 and was offered early check in for 10pounds. They charge the same for late check out as well.

"Lovely stay"
Mojos47, 04 Octobre 2019

I had one night on my own (my wife couldn't come at the last minute) for a comedy gig at the SSE Arena. Brilliant location for that and the Stadium, 5 mins walk from the tube. The lady on reception was excellent, both on the phone the night before my stay and in person. Very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was fairly small and but light, airy and modern. The facilities were as you would wish them to be and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast, which I belatedly booked as there aren't many cafes nearby, was both tasty, filling and good value. I'll definitely stay again for future gigs or games.

"Not a great room!"
63leeo, 04 Octobre 2019

The lights were hanging out of the ceiling. There was mould on the walls and dirty marks too. The toilet waste pipe looks like it would on a building site. The shower was only just high enough to was my shoulder. There was a tile flapping up that I tripped over and the whole floor was uneven. Wonky mirror, paint flaming off the tv and no socket for the kettle.

Lefteris T, 02 Octobre 2019

The staff at the reception is really super!!! Very kind and friendly people, they are professional of their work with a lot of expirience, they did help me a lot!! Rooms are great, very good breakfast... I recommend this hotel for your holidays or business in London!!!

"One of the worst customer experiences - rooms were ok though "
Richard B, 30 Septembre 2019

I arrived for one night, stood at reception for 3 mins as two receptionists continued their conversation and didn't acknowledge me. A young man smiled and came out of the reception office to the desk and took my details and then said I needed to pay a £30 deposit for ‘breakages' I'd never heard of such a thing. He called his senior (a young lady) over and when he explained she looked at me shrugged her shoulders and raised her eyebrows indignantly. I said I was really surprised that she had reacted like that to a reasonable request from a customer. She said she hadn't said anything- she didn't need to. I asked to see any hotel policy which explained this bizarre transaction and she showed me a copy. I paid the £30 pending transaction once I read the policy. Room nice comfy bed tv and shower all pleasant. THE RUDEST RECEPTION experience I've ever had. The hotel really needs to look at this if it is interested in customer experience. I didn't stay for breakfast the next day (even though I had paid for it) as I just couldn't bear the place. Really disappointed for a hotel that physically has potential.

I booked this hotel on a combination of accessibility and price. I arrived around 7.30 pm. It is not easy for a checking in experience to be enjoyable. However the gem of employee they have called Anika managed to make a normally mundane experience into a joy. Beyond that she went out of her way to explain how to get to the restaurant I wanted to eat at

"Absolutely ideal"
zoehenden, 22 Septembre 2019

Close to the arena, swift check in, friendly staff, clean room and food served until late. Perfect for a quick overnight stop for an event at Wembley area or stadium. I would stay again in the future.

"Insect bites! Avoid."
99OliveOil, 20 Septembre 2019

Stayed here for work in a basement room, no window. Check in was quite surly and unhelpful but room was ok. The next day I noticed bites on my body, around 50 -60. I contacted the hotel suggesting they had an infestation of some sort. I contacted them twice before getting a reply. Two weeks later they emailed me to suggest I go to my GP. No mitigation or apology and no explanation although they said they would get maintenance to check it out and get back to me ......I'm still waiting. Won't be returning.

"Nothing terrible, nothing great - claustrophobics beware"
PImre, 19 Septembre 2019

The hotel is approximately 20-25 minutes from the city (Oxford Circus with Bakerloo line, that's OK. Rooms are clean, though we were place din the minus 3 (!) floor so there was no air. Though I booked a room without window so can't complain. Still the minus floors are quite depressing and stuffy. The reception staff is somewhat indifferent and not too helpful. They seemed shocked when I asked them to store an ice accu in their fridge. I was told ''we don't do these kind of things''. Er.... Overall, didn't have huge incident here, it's OK for a night or two, but next time would look for something friendlier.

"BWP in Wembley"
LINDA O, 17 Septembre 2019

The hotel staff were very helpful during our stay. The hotel room is very tight though. The area is safe, and my friend and I were able to walk to the hotel from around Wembley Stadium late at night..

"Good hotel - great price"
Pwncjn1, 13 Septembre 2019

Great location for Wembley stadium and close to overground and tube to go into central London. Excellent reception staff, good size room and bathroom, very clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

"Great hotel - not expensive for London"
Amanda D, 12 Septembre 2019

Central, clean, just what you want after a long day/night for a good nights sleep I had a ground floor room and it was big. We had the breakfast not that great lots around you to choose from. They have a lift, I stayed with my daughter and we met lots of lovely people that had been to the Twenty One Pilots gig. Friendly place.

"dissapointed"
neil s, 08 Septembre 2019

me and my wife arrived friday afternoon and were greeted with a smile by cassy who checked us in with no problems. and then told us there was car parking but the price would be £15 for friday and £25 for sat as we had booked for 2 nights i think it was appalling that because there was an event it would be extra £10. but after getting to our room 124 we found the mattres cover to be extremely dirty and informed reception. who immediatley sorted the problem by giving us a better room and free breakfast thankyou laura.the breakfast was decent apart from the bacon which looked and tasted revolting.i dont think i will be returning to this hotel.

"STILL GOOD..."
saxxin-, 06 Septembre 2019

'Came back here after over a year. This relatively new hotel is still good and functional. I asked for a higher level room and was given one on the 5th floor. Incidentally the air-conditioning was faulty so the room was changed to another on same floor. Rooms are large and clean at that level and queen size bed comfortable ensuring restful sleep. However the 'buffet' breakfast had gotten lower in quality. Location is adequate on the High Road with a lot of shopping, eateries and nearness to an underground train station. The room rates are fair on weekdays but go really crazy on weekends particularly when there are football events at the nearby Wembley stadium (where they may go as high as 300%) Best Western Plus still remains good.

"great stay at the best western wembley"
thecakemuncher, 31 Août 2019

nice queen size room, air con very good and cooled room fast on some very hot days comfy bed and good tv, handy room safe good shower with nice big fluffy towels nice and quiet and had blackout curtains, decorated very well and a good first impression nice clean hotel would stay again good selection of shops and bars nearby close to the tube station

"Very Poor customer service"
WES T, 26 Août 2019

Staff where very rude threatened to call police all over me asking for a iron, I was totally confused as to why I couldn't just get a simple apology for me having to check out with unironed clothes but instead I got basically a 'so what' that bothered me so I vented to my wife beside me and then was told to be quiet (as you would say to a child) or they was not going to refund us the deposit I'm still lost for words I won't be going back that's for sure, nice hotel with very nice night staff. Day staff are POOR the tall foregin blonde needs to be sacked

"Apalling. Would never stay again."
Whitney J, 23 Août 2019

If you're looking for dimly lit basement rooms with the worst customer service (and an even worse breakfast to go with it) then this is the place for you. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and in all honesty, quite rude. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

"Bargain Hotel with easy access to Central London"
areid649869, 19 Août 2019

Well priced Hotel, with easy access to central London, Wembley Central you can get into Euston within 15 minutes on London Midlands trains or 21 minutes on the Overgorund. Plenty of food options in Wembley up near the stadium or on the high street with a pub just 2 minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and tidy with a lovely shower (hot and powerful) Staff are friendly and great will be using regular when staying in London

"Work"
neilblades, 16 Août 2019

Friendly welcoming good location nice staff would stop again for work in the area ideall for the sports events got my room upgrade as being a diamond rewards member didn't have the breakfast pizza area looked good stopping there next week for work to would recommend. Neil

"Room very small"
Soorajee R, 12 Août 2019

The room was very small. I was having difficulties in opening my 2 luggages. The staff at the reception was cold(the blonde girl). Not staying there again. But the location is excellent. They stored our luggage for free after check out time.

"Excellent option"
ustarrozh, 10 Août 2019

Only one complain, the lift to downstairs does not work during my stay and this was a problem because we must to carry on our luggage three stairs down, the location very well about 500 meters of the undergroud, wembley central station, the cost for a trip to picadilly circus station was only 2.10 pounds

"Not one of the Best Western hotels"
mchapp240858, 10 Août 2019

Breakfast poor limited no mushrooms, no tomatoes, no like the photo in the loft, no fried bread. Not a full English breakfast on offer. Only orange juice offered, limited fruit to apples and oranges some days bananas. Cutlery shortages, food not warm

"The right place"
Chris L, 10 Août 2019

The hotel is in a good location for Wembley and if you plan to go into London, the rooms are nice, and the staff are nice. If you are looking for value for money this is a good choice. You wont go to far wrong and if you have any issues the recepection are there to help.

"Quiet place to stay outside of London!"
Dreew2004, 06 Août 2019

Very nice hotel to stay while visiting London. It is very close to the public transportation system. The city bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. It takes only about 50 minutes to reach the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Good location to shop for local food and visit a few clubs. The hotel has a bar and has freshly made pizza.

"Unexpected but pleasant stay"
141douglasg, 26 Juillet 2019

Had to book due to being stranded by a BA flight cancellation. Check in 24 hours and very smooth. Twin room small but spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds.Air condition bliss on a hot evening. Corridors and public areas well furnished and clean. Only a few ibservations. Bar closes for serving alcohol at 11pm. After the day we had had a beer would have been welcome but we arrived too late. Our room was 4 floors down in the basement so a bit if a slog for the elderly and disabled. We ordered a wake up call which we did not get. Other than that a comfortable stay and I would book again.

"Great location for Wembley stadium "
louj2, 23 Juillet 2019

We stayed here overnight for a concert at Wembley stadium. 5 minute walk from Wembley Central tube station. Efficient, friendly reception staff. Room small but perfectly adequate for overnight stay, recently refurbished and was very modern. 10 min walk to Wembley stadium and avoided any use of public transport on way home, massive bonus! Breakfast was good following morning for £7.50.

"Great service. Rooms. Clean. Easily accessible food, transport. Polite extremely helpful staff."
Vainika091164, 23 Juillet 2019

Had a great weeks stay here. Lisa was absolutely marvellous, polite, accommodating. My niece came to stay with us. Got girls room upgraded then ours too. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfy clean quality stay.

"Fine is you are not claustrophobic or have mobility problems"
yvonnetb99, 17 Juillet 2019

This hotel looked alright when we booked it online. The rooms are a reasonable price, it is modern & situated near to Wembley arena. Our rooms where 4 floors down in the basement. The lift to lower floors was not working. We had to lug suitcases up 2 flights of stairs then down 4 more. Not good if you have mobility problems or claustrophobia. It was like a maze trying to find the way out again, the signage was very poor. What nobody tells you if you don't sign into their wi-fi or take the key out of the electric your mobile phone will not charge. In the morning we discovered 2 phones with zero charge! Breakfast is a buffet & quite a reasonable cost. But the staff were not very helpful, not being good with technology I needed help with the machines. On a positive note the rooms, apart from being devoid of windows, were comfortable, clean & nicely laid out. But I do wish housekeeping staff were trained to make beds properly, i.e. attach sheet to bed!

"Great trip"
braderfamily, 14 Juillet 2019

We had a concert at Wembley Great position Good value for money Room well kept, clean Lots of choice for breakfast with sensible times ( weekend until 10:30) 10 min walk from Wembley Central train station, about 45 mins to get into Oxford St No parking onsite, Wembley Central car park only £12 for 24hrs, 10 min walk from hotel

"Bahamian independence day celebrations and ZZTop"
ChrisH468975, 13 Juillet 2019

Well placed hotel simple clean comfortable and just what we needed. Travel into london good near Wembly central underground. Can go directly to Euston as well. Near to arena as we were seeing ZZTop. Good short stay.

"Really nice staff"
ElpidiaGrande, 13 Juillet 2019

I stayed in the hotel several times in the last month. The hotel is new, clean and well located, in a very alive area. But the most valuable part of the hotel for me is the staff. All of them are so helpful, smily, nice and welcoming. They always make me feel at home, specially Mariana, Cassy, Liban and Anika. They are really qualified people, and they know how to deal with the public in a proper way.

"Honeymoon week"
ktoole275018, 10 Juillet 2019

Was a simple room clean and large the hotel seems very nice staff were friendly we stayed for a week and our room was cleaned every day we didn't have to ask either the bar was very spacious although the breakfast was ok but not brilliant a little expensive I feel

"Great hotel, perfect locaton"
paulv616, 09 Juillet 2019

Stayed here in June for the Billy Joel concert (which was brilliant by the way) it is in a perfect location only minutes away from Wembley and all its restaurants and shops. it is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the tub station but is a pleasant walk if you follow the signs and walk down "Wembley way" The hotel is clean, the staff are efficient and really helpful i would recommend staying here if you need something central to Wembley there are plenty of late night shops and restaurants about and a news agent next door for any late night snacks Just note that there is a refundable £30 deposit on check which is understandable but just a heads up

"Great location. Does the job"
handbaghoarder2016, 07 Juillet 2019

Staff lovely. Good breakfast Reasonable prices for London and given proximity to the Stadium Our group had 2 rooms. One double was tiny. Barely room to walk round bed. Other was spacious Lovely comfy bed too Efficient air con

"Top notch location "
iand510, 07 Juillet 2019

We stayed here for two nights recently for a concert at Wembley stadium. Location wise it's less then 10 minutes stroll from stadium and outlet mall. The hotel itself has a small reception area and a key card is needed to access the rest of the hotel (good security). We got a king room on the fifth floor and the room was clean and spacious. Shower was fine and staff were efficient and helpful. Would stay again for a gig or match. For a budget hotel it's excellent.

"Good hotel and area"
Imtiaz1603, 07 Juillet 2019

Visited London with a friend to see the CWC match between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I'll say that it's a good hotel if you are in London for a short stay. The rooms are tight though and the beds are standard. The bathroom is clean. A little funny detail is the wallpaper and the curtains in the room that have pictures of British football legends like George Best and Bobby Charlton printed on it (because the hotel is located very close to the legendary Wembley arena). The neighborhood is perfect if you love Asian food. It's packed with cosy Pakistani and Indian eating spots. The Wembley underground station is 500 meters away and only 6 stations away Baker Street. Very convenient. I wouldn't mind booking that hotel again if I visit London with my wife or a friend.

"Great location for wembley, good quality rooms at a great price"
Happiness34892837088, 05 Juillet 2019

We were a bit anxious about having a window less room, we needn't have worried. The room had air con and a picture window, allowing us to have a great sleep with no sunlight waking us in the morning. Rooms were tight, but for the small amount of time we were in the room, this didn't bother us too much. Bar could be better staffed & stocked. Great pizza from a stone oven, but service lacking here!

"Pity about the breakfast"
LRandall1, 05 Juillet 2019

I'm writing this from a wheelchair user point of view. The room was functional and clean , the bed would have been better if it was a little higher. The bathroom was excellent plenty of handrails , wet room with a shower seat with arms which is most unusual but this is what I think most hotels need . Now to the breakfast, URG!!!! The hot drink came out of a machine which was slow and dirty!!!!!!!!, The hotel advertise in the lift a delicious looking breakfast, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried egg., hash browns, well what I received was completely different, bacon that under cooked as was the sausages, scrambled eggs that were dry, hash browns kept in a pyrex dish so they were cold as were the boiled eggs , we wasn't given the opportunity to have a soft boiled egg. So for £7.50 each DONT BOTHER !!!!!

"Best western Wembley"
Aktahar N, 04 Juillet 2019

Me and my friends arrived upon check in at the hotel and we were a bit early but nevertheless Liban on the desk still checked us in early and also helped us with our luggage. The hotel in itself is very nice, the only downside was that the hotel did not have 24 hr security in a neighbour hood like that ? Overall the staff were all nice, immaculately dressed and helpful when needed.

"Comfortable, clean hotel."
gillhog21, 02 Juillet 2019

We stayed in this hotel for a night to go to a Wembley concert. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.Although there is no carpark at the hotel there are a couple close by, secure with CCTV. The hotel is ideally placed for the stadium, just a short walk.Would stay again and highly recommend.

"Awful hotel"
Robin H, 02 Juillet 2019

On arrival the first thing you are asked for after your name is security ID and a £30 deposit to stay in a COFFIN room! When I asked why a security ID was told just hotel policy. I stay in hundreds of hotels around the country and this is the first time I have been asked for this. Have they not heard of the data protection act and I refused to have my driving licence scanned. I also don't understand why one has to pay a security deposit when it is a company booking paid by a COMPANY. Nevertheless I went to my room on floor minus 2. I felt as though I was going to the underground to catch a tube. The room was tiny with a poor air con unit. Just so very clostrophobic and not nice at all. Two chairs in the room are heavily stained and then lots of drilling noise next door. Not a good thing when I have checked in to go on a night shift. Was booked in for two days but there is no way I'm staying locked in a concrete coffin. Avoid this hotel like the plague and staff are also rude.

"Handy for the stadium."
archaeofox, 28 Juin 2019

Stayed for one night when attending a gig at Wembley stadium. The hotel is really handy for the stadium, and situated conveniently for shops and food outlets and restaurants along Wembley High Street. Stayed in Room 504. The room was clean, and utilitarian in nature with hard vinyl flooring. A bit soulless, but fine if you like that sort of thing. There was minimal toiletries in the room but everything worked and as mentioned was clean. Noted within the room information book, that additional toiletries and bathrobe could be obtained from reception on request. On the downside, there was building work being conducted at this floor level, although no noticeable noise disruption from these works. However, our view was interrupted by building scaffolding immediately outside our window and abutting the building. This room is next to two lift shafts. Whilst there is no noise from the lifts themselves, guests operating the lift buttons to summon the lifts results in pings, bings and various electronic sounds which is interminable and really does get on ones nerves in a very short while. If anything, this is why, if staying in this hotel, you should avoid this room if at all possible, or no doubt, any similar adjacent room to the lift shaft on the other floors, as this is most probably also the case. Please note the room has no refrigerator, which seems a bit unusual for this grade of hotel, in my opinion. Also as a U.K. national, having booked using a well known booking site and paid in advance for the room, I find it surprising to be asked for proof of identity, something I usually only have to provide when travelling overseas. The fact that that identity, was in my case, my driving licence, would have been copied if the hotels scanner had been working on the day, (nonetheless the number was noted); begs the question, why is this being done, and what happens to the information when I leave. This is something I only considered having left the hotel.

"Appalling."
Explorer775992, 25 Juin 2019

Most of the staff were friendly. The Hotel as appears to becoming the normal with Best Western needs upgrading. The flooring in the rooms is old, bubbled and beyond use. The chairs in the room were stained. First room was uninhabitable due to sewage smell.Unless you get down early for breakfast you will be lucky to get anything apart from cereal to eat. The lobby area is very small and cramped with long queues causing problems for guests to get in and out of the building. We would not recommend anyone staying here.

"Close to Wembley stadium"
Jet60025022452, 24 Juin 2019

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the stadium. It's close to pubs and restaurants and the tube station. For these reasons it was a good place to stay. The room was quiet and spacious by London standards and the bathroom well equipped.

"Great for getting to Wembley Stadium"
Coastal22254388328, 24 Juin 2019

Easy to find from the station. On the main road, so very heavy traffic. Room was quite small for twin beds and two adults. It was however very clean. The windows don't open, so be prepared for stuffy room or use the air conditioning that has a strong blue light on continuously and does make a noise.

"Best Western HIgh Road, Wembley"
Dream33251061045, 23 Juin 2019

Stayed one night for a concert at Wembley - the staff are inexperienced and most too young to serve alcohol at bar. I asked for a lemonade and got a tonic water. Cleaner was mopping restaurant area at 2pm with bleach and hoovering lobby entrance at 4pm - the key times when people are arriving to check in and relax. Restauarant only open for breakfast and evening meal. Only 15 miins from Wembley Stadium but for same cost you can stay at Holiday Inn Wembley which is closer and far better value for the money. Sadly we couldn't get into the HI for the Sunday evening.

"Indifferent staff and poor service"
Kim L, 20 Juin 2019

Check-in staff were friendly and courteous but in the restaurant we waited 1 hour 20 mins for food and even nearly 30 mins just for a drink despite there being only two tables occupied. Staff at breakfast were indifferent, we left without breakfast as no tables and when one was being cleared it was allocated to the people in the queue behind us.

"Clean and conveinent"
Odyssey14344760946, 19 Juin 2019

The hotel itself is fine. It's fairly new and clean. It's conveint for local pubs and resteraunts and takeaways. What I don't like is being asked to provide identification as a UK resident. I was asked by the receptionist if he could photocopy my driving licence. Certainly not. I was then asked if he could take down my licence number to which I refused. I can understand if I were visiting from abroad but the booking was made in the UK by a UK resident. Data Protection being broken!!!! Not in my case. Best to refuse as you do not know who is going to use your information.

"Nice Hotel"
claramck, 19 Juin 2019

The hotel I think is newly open which definitely has very nice rooms, our room was very nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom, breakfast was so busy but still managed to have a seat and enjoy our breakfast. The lady on morning duty Mariana was very kind and help us with all our needs and always willing to help you which made our stay even better. Thank you Best western really enjoy our stay,

"Perfect location for Wembley"
debbiev594, 18 Juin 2019

Stayed here at the weekend for Spice girls concert. Booked two rooms, though only one was ready when we arrived slightly early, though not a problem. However despite the fact I had read the reviews and was aware Photo I'D was required I hadn't realised everyone had to produce it, meant the check-in was a little longer than necessary. Room was a twin, newly refurbished and super clean. Toiletries, tea and coffee available and loved the convenient shelf under the TV with plug sockets and USP points, saved trying to hunt for a plug socket to charge up phone. Shower was huge walk in, but the door did not close fully so leaked. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. All staff was pleasant and the checkout lady who had checked us the day before remembered our room numbers, impressed. Thanks for a pleasant stay we're definitely stay again.

"Not likely"
Duncan W, 18 Juin 2019

£240 per night purely because of demand which was 5 times the rate nearly for a night without a major gig and we were seeing Fleetwood Mac. I booked after looking at images which looked fairly decent but showed curtains and led you to believe the rooms were above ground. Non refundable. No booking confirmation to tell you there was no window which I proved on arrival ..only a basic booking confirmation number on my booking.com app. Had the room been the £54 even £100 per night and above ground as I suffer from mild claustraphobia I would have said great location for Wembley and close to tube.clean well decorated rooms but it wasn't.it was £240 room only Receptionist very apologetic but said they could do nothing. We tried to sleep before going out but drlling from the hotel work going on outside and and the oppression of knowing I was in a below ground room made this impossible. We haven't lots of money and Fleetwood Mac were on our bucket list so a good hotel would have made the expense worthwhile . The least we could have expected for the price was a room that was above ground. Very unimpressed and spoiled my enjoyment of my birthday treat...Not worth the expense by far!

"Excellent"
777nitinb, 14 Juin 2019

The reception staff was very helpful, great location with lots of food outlets and 5 min walk to Wembley stadium. Room neat and clean, very modern....easy to travel to central London with Wembley central and Wembley stadium station near by

"Not the best stay"
nikkig273, 13 Juin 2019

Recently stayed her in the Queen Room. The room looked nice but a bit pokey. When we arrived there was a empty wine bottle stashed in the bedside cabinet and was still there after 4 days. The floor was really dirty like it hadn't been mopped in a while and our feet were black every even after a shower. You can only use the shower for 2 minutes, beyond that you cant even see your hand in front of your face because, although the extractor fan was loud, it did not work properly. The curtains are not fitted properly and there is a 10 inch gap where the light coming in directly on your face. The location is about 30mins tube ride from the centre so it's not bad and there are quite a few eating outlets close by. Overall the cleaning was the main let down of this hotel.

"Complaint of staff failing in handling harassment and rude attitude of staff "
LeungY_13, 12 Juin 2019

To the Chief Executive of Best Western Group Complaint of staff failing in handling harassment and rude attitude of staff in Best Western Plus Wembley Central 11:00 (11/6) When I was asking the staff related to pre-authorization issue, one of the guests A stepped in and started blaming me for asking too much. I asked guest A to leave me alone. He didn't. Then, the other guest , Guest B suddenly touched my shoulders from my back. I felt very uncomfortable. During this time, the staff didn't come to separate me and guest B and kept letting me stay in the reception. I asked the reception staff who checked me in to call the police but he refused. The staff said it was not their responsibility to deal with the issue and I should have called the police. In addition, he also threatened me not to check me in if I insist on dealing with the credit enquiries, poor staff attitude and the guest harassment. What he was doing is passing the responsibility to the police. At that night, another staff C (a male staff from Romania) said he would do something to compensate me for my unhappy experience including full refund for the room fees and escort to airport when I leave as requested. The staff checking me in that night didn't come forward and give clear warning to stop the guy who touched me from harassing me. Today at around 9:15 pm talked to the general manager of this hotel and he said it was not the fault of the staff and he would not give any compensation for my terrible experience in your hotel. He said and insisted it was not their responsibility to protect customers from being harassed and he would only conduct and launch investigations only if I made the police report and the police is following up the issue. From what they have responded and done above is totally passing the responsibility to the police, the police also agreed. At 12/6 night around 10:00, I talked to the police in Wembley central when I was on the way to your hotel. PC NW1532 from Wembley police said it was the police responsibility to deal with this kind of problem. You can contact her for information. She said and I think I am a paying guest and I am not supposed to be treated like this including not meddle in to warn the guest not to harass me and separate me and the guest B. They are your guests, you are held responsibility for not letting them harass other customers including kicking them out of the hotel. For me , they just didn't want to annoy the harasser by giving a grim warning to both guest A and B. I am a person diagnosed with invisible and learning disability. What your staff was doing is to put me into a even more vulnerable positions. I had to use the desk to block my doors to prevent the guest B from getting in. I am very scared and want to cry even after the night. I think that no one was going to help me. When I came back to the hotel, the duty manager insisted on saying what the general manger said and said this kind of touching was inevitable and unstoppable and it was not a big deal. To me, I take it very seriously as I consider it as a kind of uncomfortable touching. When I asked him a question, he said I asked him a ‘silly' question, which is an offensive comment. Overall, I am a paying customer and I am paying in exchange of fears, insults from staff. I don't feel easy and comfortable at all in your hotel. Comments : Irresponsible staff Unfriendly and rude staff Terrible experience

"No compassion "
Thejohnnyboy, 11 Juin 2019

Be 100% certain of your stay if you chose this hotel. I booked fully aware that the booking was non refundable but totally unexpectedly my wife has fallen very ill and we cannot make this booking . I did explain and ask the hotel if I could get some level of refund but they flatly refused . This despite the fact there is a Fleetwood Mac Concert on this day and I'm sure the room would have been snapped up for resale. Heartless

"Good Experience! Few Negatives"
moraes_tn, 10 Juin 2019

Stayed here on Monday night, booked a standard double room from the hotel website with breakfast on a special promotion. Generally the breakfast they add £13+ but due to the bed and breakfast deal we only had to pay something like £6 extra. Which I though was a good deal. We had easy check in. Make sure you bring your IDs with you. They want to keep copies of your IDs. We booked the room with breakfast the receptionist at the time informed that breakfast will be at an additional charge but upon my appeal she quickly apologized and side breakfast is included. Honestly it might be a genuine mistake. We were given a room in the 6th floor, the lifts are conveniently located not too far from the reception. Had to call the receptionist to get the WiFi password. The room was well laid out. Room had a window with the street view. The room was not the biggest but good size for a couple. Clean and tidy. Small safe, kettle, free WiFi and good size smart TV was available. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out to get a YouTube channel but wasn't bothered at all. The toilet is quit big that too was very clean and well supplied with ample towels and toiletries. The next day morning we headed to the breakfast. The seating area had a notice to wait till someone advice you to take a seat my wife and I was there standing for few minutes but nobody seems to notice us, so I had to approach the receptionist to ask. She apologize for that and got my room details and told me to go ahead to the breakfast area. The continental breakfast was average or below average. Very limited selection and low quality on what was served. Bit disappointed. We are glad we didn't pay full price for the breakfast. Definitely not worth the full price. The more important thing is there were couple of staff members in charge of the catering area we notice that one of the staff members bend down and took out her shoe and put her finger inside the sock. Don't know what she was doing but that is not hygienic. Overall the hotel is convenient, good hotel, great price. Will not recommend the breakfast. Suggestion to the management: Staff training Consider on quality of the breakfast. Better collection of cereal and may be some fresh fruits.

"Amazing service and clean room!"
Lynnerdoo, 04 Juin 2019

Stayed here for a 2 night booking to see a concert at the SSE Arena, excellent walking distance. Stayed in the George Best room, amazingly clean, big enough shower for tall people :D Clean and comfortable beds, very friendly staff! Would book again!

"Great stay for stadium visits"

Best western Wembley was great all staff were friendly and able to help with any queries thanks to Liban and Anikra, location is close for Wembley stadium and area is quite nice will be back for sure .

"Poor"
Venture67710815945, 02 Juin 2019

The only thing going for this hotel is the location. They have hardwood flooring which means sleeping is very difficult. Staff are rude at check in and when reporting an issue with our room was no offer of a change of room and it took someone nearly 3 hours to come and look at it at which point we were going out. The issue was a plug socket hanging off of the wall which could have been dangerous. The breakfast is unappetizing and barely any choice and for the price you pay i would have expected more

"Great value hotel"
Trail16696089098, 28 Mai 2019

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter. We were attending a concert at SSE Wembley. Very quick and friendly check in. Clean and comfortable room a bit on the small size but for the price we paid it was well worth it. Staff very friendly and helpfull

"Overnight for concert at the arena "
sotrsablue, 26 Mai 2019

A great place to stay close to the arena. Newly refurbished to a high standard. Lovely and clean. Great shower and comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was ok and poached it fried eggs available upon request at no extra cost. Staff very friendly.

"Ansolutely Fabulous"
Rachael H, 24 Mai 2019

Fantastic property in a great location. Room was spotlessly clean and staff were very accommodating. It was my first time in the area and staff were able to point me in the right direction and were more than happy to help. Special shoutout to Bijal who was nothing short of an angel. Will be back for future concerts!

"Great Staff & Great Location"
Guide32476975896, 20 Mai 2019

Great Staff & Great Location. The best property to stay in if you chose stay in Wembley. Great choices of restaurants around & the Hotel Staff were very accommodative from housekeeping to reception. Would definitely come back

"Great location for Wembley Stadium"
KatefromWicklow, 20 Mai 2019

We stayed here for the FA Cup final weekend, and found it an excellent location for the stadium. The receptionist working on Saturday the 18th was very good - very polite and allowed us to check in a little early as we flew from Dublin at 8am. The rooms were great. I appreciated the air conditioning, and the TV was very good with lots of channels. Great shower and spacious bathroom. Lots of low restaurants too, and right next to the Designer outlet mall. Very close to the Wembley Park underground which connects to the Jubilee line.

"An Experiance"
Explorer65698140342, 19 Mai 2019

A room without a view, don't be put off by choosing a room without a Window. The rooms four levels below ground are great. This is also a faily new hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant.

"Modern hotel with great staff"
OJSkyper, 18 Mai 2019

Just some hundred meters from Wembley, and located in the middle of main street High Road, Best Western Plus Wembley is well worth a stay. Was locked out of other hotel and got a great late offer before midnight. It's a modern hotel compared with British standards Breakfast was more than OK, and the room very clean. I lived in the third cellar floor (4 in all) and that was surprisingly OK. A look-a-like uplighted window looked like a perfect daytime London view, even underground. Beds could have been better, but was OK, and the worst is that sounds carry easily from nearby rooms. I forgot my AC adapter, and came back the other day. The staff found it and brought it. Great servoce by the staff.

"Best Western Plus London Wembley Hotel"
Connector30353542246, 15 Mai 2019

Checking in was painful if you didn't have a passport. I don't carry my passport unless I travel abroad. I got my card to confirm payment but that wasn't good enough. I travel to London every month whether it's by myself or family members and we have never had difficulties like this before. Not very impressed as had to call home and get passport details at 10pm at night. Perhaps you should advise this when booking holiday. The hotel also had a very fusty old damp smell which was very unpleasant. Don't let them put you in the basement. I think there was a problem with windows not opening therefore the damp smell kind of lingers Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Not sure if I would stay again here. There are plenty of other properties without the passport hassle.

"Best western, Wembley"
davidandrewc00k, 14 Mai 2019

Stayed for initially 3 nights as solo traveller. Check in quick. Stayed in Queen room. Very clean, modern. Not big, but good enough. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.Local area has everything you need. Pleasant staff. No complaints

"Very good"
sou301, 08 Mai 2019

Stayed for two nights, during a conference at Wembley arena. I had selected the cheapest room which was a windowless double. I did not realise this room would be on level -4. But the advantage of being in the basement was that the walls were very thick and I never heard any traffic noise! I booked about 4 months in advance and was not happy to see that on the day before my visit the room was actually £30 cheaper! The room was spacious enough and clean. All the carpets in the hallway smelt new and I think it is a great location for Wembley attractions.

"Great !"
Norde S, 06 Mai 2019

Stayed here with freinds for an event in Wembley Mr Liban on the check in desk was very helpful with any queries we had during our stay and knew the area well. Rooms are also really good better than expected !!

"Good budget hotel for London"
harveja66, 14 Avril 2019

Be warned - the rooms and ceilings are paper thin and depending where your room is you will hear a lot of noise. But they did move us when requested. Room was clean and modern and a good location for going into London.

"Nice hotel shame about the staff"
Jillybairn, 14 Avril 2019

The positives Excellent location. Great price for a last minute deals. Really smart room. Negatives - Rotating door jammed as I entered and smashed into me. VERY arrogant staff. Spoken to like I was stupid for expecting them to know about a booking I had made 4 hours previously. The confirmation I showed them didn't say what type of room I had booked again apparently this was my fault ! When asked for photo ID which wasn't on the booking site as being required I was met with sarcasm. If you go via an app there is no reference to the £30 deposit equally no idea what this is even for as they had apparently refunded it before I even checked out. The Senior receptionist had her name badge completely covered by her hair - not professional. If you are only staying 1 night cleaners should not try to access your room 4 times before 9.30! All in all a shame as it is a really nice hotel

"Ideal for SSE"
Phil M, 13 Avril 2019

Sadley will not Return to this Hotel again we Booked this September 2018 as we were seeing the Legends Tour which was well worth IT. just a 10 min walk. from the hotel. When booking the room we also Paid for Breakfast for two for the next morning. before we were allowed to be seated you have to give your room number which we did & was told that only One was booked for Breakfast so i went with the waitress to the Reception Desk & explained with have Paid for two breakfast , I was told i was incorrect & wrong i then said i will go to my room & get my booking details to prove that we paid for two Breakfast. my Partner was made to feel as we were trying to cheat the Hotel, out of a breakfast which i will add was not Pleasent anyway . we told that the hotel's system was right & we was wrong . Just be aware if you ever Book with Hotel. Phil M

"Nice trip"
Happiness31136389459, 08 Avril 2019

Excellent service. Staff were very professional. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Hotel is located in a very nice area. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area.

"Building work and noise"
jussiebWales, 01 Avril 2019

This hotel is ideally placed for a visit to SSE arena...probably less than a 10 min walk. Hotel room was small but clean. What spoilt our stay, was building work right next to our room. The noise of the work and the fact that we had to keep our curtain closed for the duration of our 2 night stay, and that there was construction boarding placed right outside our window really spoilt it. The hotel has cheaper “ windowless” rooms available and I felt that we effectively got a “windowless” room, but not the cheaper price. We also would not have booked had we been aware that building work was happening right next to our room. No recognition for Reward member either.

"Nice stay"
Samuel F, 01 Avril 2019

Best western Wembley is great, the staff there are all on point and ready to assist you especially Linan on the reception. The only problem I had was the smell of the hotel! Also the area is not the best of areas!

"Underwhelmed "
Crafty_Lush, 27 Mars 2019

On arrival the express check in machine wasn't working and there was no notice to that effect. The reception staff were friendly and professional and checked us in quite quickly. I was asked to pay a £30 deposit which I found unusual. When we got to our room the heating was set to 29 degrees. I was unable to get the air conditioner to reduce the temperature. The room stank of cigarette smoke and a plug-in air freshener. An electrical socket had remnants of a plug-in air freshener in the earth which meant the live and neutral were exposed which was very worrying. When I complained I was offered complimentary breakfasts, which I accepted on condition that my complaint was escalated to the management. I contacted the hotel by telephone today and was advised that my complaint was being dealt with, but I would have to telephone back in two days.

"Great location"
perlina r, 24 Mars 2019

Hotel is located across Nandos, KFC and Dominoes. It is also next to pizza hut and local restaurants. It was so easy to get food as we did not have to travel far. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is 10 minute walk to wembley central station so travel to the city was so easy. 15 min walk from Wembley stadium which was great because we booked to watch a football match there. My only complaint is the cleaning staff. Very rude and one our second last day despite have the please make up the room sign we came to to the room and it was not cleaned.

"Nice hotel same about the staff!"
beenybell23, 24 Mars 2019

Recently come back staying at this hotel for 1 night. The reason I gave this hotel a grade as poor is purely for the staff. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are nicely decorated and conveniently situated on the high street and close to Wembley stadium and designer outlet. The only let down are the staff; rude, not helpful at all. Point one when you check in they asked for everybody in the party to have ID and if you don't have it they will not check you in. As this is an important factor for customers to know at time of booking it should be clearly stated during the booking stage , not a fine print where this can be easily missed. Another point is if you say you have iron at your hotel you need to be available for every customer. I needed an iron and they said bluntly all iron are out and cannot get them back as other customers have them. My issues with this is if u say u provide irons you need to be able to do that. If you only have a certain amount of irons you need to collect them back. The staff attitude was we don't know who we gave the irons to therefore, if you don't record who you gave the irons to, anybody could leave with the iron. I believe this hotel knew where the irons were but has no empathy for their customer at all. There attitude even the Manager was oh well we can not help you and will take your points into consideration. This is the wrong attitude, the communication is bad, not very welcoming and I think more training was required on customer service. The only staff member who was very helpful was Lana who I believe was the cleaner around the front desk. So professional and helpful. Shame about the rest of the staff. Would I come back again yes as it is convenient to where I was going but the staff attitudes needs to change.

"Not bad"
alli020711, 24 Mars 2019

Ideal location for Wembley. We stayed the one night as watched England. 10 minute walk to the stadium and shops. Our room was on the front which was in a busy road. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. You can have breakfast in your room but we thought it was expensive and went to Wetherspoons which was a 2 minute walk away.

"Not bad"
miss_charlotter, 23 Mars 2019

Price was ok for match day at Wembley Stadium. Easy access to the stadium. Rooms were clean and tidy. Air con worked well. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bed comfortable. Only fault was that it was quite noisy. Work was going on at the hotel so the banging started about 8am on a Saturday. But it was also noisy in the night. I think our room was over the bar area so we had a lot of noise around 1am. Apart from that all good and I would stay again

"Nice Hotel."
Mark C, 22 Mars 2019

Good hotel with nice staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Area has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. London underground was a short walk from hotel and plenty of bus stops around. Have stayed here a few times and always has been good.

"Okay"
Samstraveling, 22 Mars 2019

Rooms are nice but the hairdryer was broken and we had no hot water. Service in the reception and restaurant/bar was quite poor and rude. This did a disservice to the hotel as it has the potential to be way better. Was quite disappointed. Don't think I'd recommend

"Overnight business stay"
1CosmopolitanSally, 20 Mars 2019

Very clean & comfortable modern hotel with polite & helpful staff. There was a problem with heating in my room as very cold and even after following there advice room was still cold. Also builders are doing work on back exterior of hotel so had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. Nearest tube station is not very close so had to take bus. Served the purpose.

"Great service"
TxAle1, 12 Mars 2019

Went with friends had a great time, excellent hotel, the staff are really polite and friendly and the rooms are really very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely go back and recommend to everyone!!!!

"Amazing experience"
MoniraAli, 12 Mars 2019

I have recently been to this hotel and I must say it has been a great pleasure. The staff is very friendly, the environment welcoming and the services excel. Was very impressed by its quality and will definitely go there soon.

"Romantic get away"
Eric M, 12 Mars 2019

The staff was extremely nice and the room I got was so cute and tidy and really comfy. I loved the staff they were welcoming and very helpful. I would reccomend to everyone who is looking for a get away.

"Nice place"
Nfs7, 12 Mars 2019

The chech-in process was very easy and didn't take that long. Stuff were very friendly. The room was decent and clean. Toilets were clean. Lighting system was good. Considerably the whole stay was very accommodating.

"Clean and comfortable, but some uncaring staff"
ryanowalls, 10 Mars 2019

Five of us stayed here for two nights in March while in Wembley for an event at the SSE Arena. We had three king rooms between us, all of which were clean and the beds were comfortable. However, at 2 AM on our first night we were jolted out of sleep by people who had entered our room banging and shouting for us to wake up, who we realised were police a few seconds later. My brother, who was in a room by himself, was woken up by an officer shining a torch around his room and in his face, who then questioned him on his name. After realising we weren't anything to do with whatever issue they were trying to deal with, they quickly left and moved onto other rooms, leaving all of us confused and my wife's heart pounding for about 20 minutes before being able to sleep again. We all woke up the next morning confused, with no idea what the issue was. Everyone slept fine on the second night after being so tired from the interruption the night before as well as walking around all day. When we checked out, the receptionist asked how our stay was. I said the second night was good, but we had police charge into each of our rooms at 2 AM on the first night, to which she replied "they went in everyone's room" and straight away changed the subject to the deposit we paid on check-in. When my brother checked out and mentioned the same thing to another receptionist, they said "sorry about that, it's common in this hotel", to which he replied "that's worrying" and it was left at that as they changed the subject yet again. We understand someone could have been in trouble and the police were in a rush to find them, but with no explanation or apology from the hotel, and the receptionists just brushing it off when we mentioned it, it left us confused and feeling like the staff didn't care that we were effected. If the situation had been explained, or they had apologised, this review would probably be a 4/5. If our kettle and safe were also working, it may have been a 5/5.

"Too expensive for what they offer"
v1peritza, 07 Mars 2019

The room is small, but very clean. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful, but: - we were given a room at 1 and 1/2 floor, even if we had a stroller, so we had to carry it by hand, as the lift goes to 1st or 2nd floor only - there is no central heating and no radiators in the room. They only have air conditioning, which means that in the winter time, the bathroom is really cold - they can't provide slippers, although the floor is covered in tiles - the breakfast is ok, but you have only a few choices to make

"Do Not Use - No way in the world does this merit a three or four star rating!"
Jeter2nyy, 01 Mars 2019

Firstly the rate I was quoted for my recent stay was not what they surreptitiously charged me. Albeit only an extra £7.90. I asked, but should have demanded on departure a copy of the invoice at which point I would have seen the difference in rate. Secondly despite raising an issue with the twin beds (the mattresses were too big for the bed frames leading to two very uncomfortable nights and my partner with a bad back) and being told by reception when first reported after our first night, NOTHING was done. The floor was covered in dust and fluff and the shower door didn't close properly but no maintenance men available as it was the weekend. On reflection I should have spent more and gone to a better quality hotel.

"Man City v Chelsea"
folkestonebengals, 25 Février 2019

A short walk from Wembley, check in process was quick and efficient. Clean room and reception was helpful. The room was cold and the heating did not work. Perfect venue for proximity to Wembley. Good proximity to tube.

"Fantastic Hotel"
chelseaangel2016, 25 Février 2019

Stayed here for the Carabao Cup Final last night. A good hotel. Although on a main road we hardly heard any traffic, but our room didn't face the traffic. Room was decorated with a sports theme and was very clean and comfortable. Nice size TV as well. Only drawback was the hairdryer which was one that's a box on the wall which doesn't offer a range of temperature . Shower good and powerful. Staff were extremely helpful. Would stay again.

"Football match stay"
hughbrend, 24 Février 2019

Nice hotel, smart decor, well priced. Only slight negative is its slap bang on a busy main road. There is no car parking here! Two spaces max, although they were still undergoing renovation of the car park. It was in the small print! Car park 2 min away covered is a winner, just insde the shoppong centre.

"Avoid at all costs"
Leah I, 21 Février 2019

I was left feeling humiliated, out of pocket and almost without a room and I booked 3 months in advance! We arrived at 6.30 pm following a 3 hour car journey, and I was told at reception that they'd phoned me to say they were about to give away my room as rooms were in short supply that evening! I was then told I was given a basement room with no window despite paying extra at booking to avoid these basement rooms reviewers had warned about on Tripadvisor. The reception argued with me insisting that rooms with windows were going for £99 that evening and I hadn't paid that amount (I explained prices are cheaper in advance and showed an email receipt proving purchase of an above ground room). This was meant to be a romantic getaway for my partner's birthday treat (gig at Wembley) but we ended up in the disabled access room with a hand held shower and a noisy view of the hotel's air-conditioning units with 'black out' curtains which let in the light and a receptionist behaving as if she had done me a favour! I was also asked to pay an extra £30 damage deposit! I've booked the nearby Premier Inn for my next visit to Wembley Stadium.

"Smartly furnished with sports-linked decor"
Spurs4Me, 17 Février 2019

Relatively recently refurbished and smart decor- silhouette picture of George Best in the room. Only criticism was the noisy High Road, although being a London-born but living in a village for the past 35 years, I wasn't used to police sirens and noisy drunks throughout the night. Will take ear plugs next time!

"Room was small and cold but ok"
Of-my-chest, 11 Février 2019

Arrived at this BW (Best western) after a late flight and when we got to our room it wasn't the warmest...It relies on the air conditioning to heat...Then when we opened the Bathroom door it was like opening a fridge....Christ it was freezing...What they should have done was at least leave the door open to have the temperature same as the room...even if it was a little warmer...Bed is nice and comfy but the room we where it was quite small...Lucky we didn't have much luggage with us. The area this BW is in is very very close to wembley stadium....and your never ever far from a food place as there is Dominos and KFC across the road with tons more fast food places down the road....Also there is a weatherspoon just down the road for a pint or two and a tesco express for little bits. If your there around when there is a match on at wembley stadium expect places to be alot busier around the area. This BW is 5 mins away from the Wembley central station which us very handy. I didn't bother with the breakfast here and just went to weatherspoons for breakfast as it would work out cheaper...The staff was lovely at the reception and always happy to serve.

"Clean Hotel with everything you need."
Alesia G, 07 Février 2019

We stayed here on a Friday night and had two rooms booked, the room was very clean and tidy and seemed brand new. The only downside was the fact we were not on the same floor as our friends. We decided to pay £10 extra to stay an hour longer and it was such a good decision. The shower was clean and they provided towels and toiletries. There wasn't a great deal of room but as we were only there for 1 night this suited us fine. Unfortunately didn't get to try the pizza downstairs but it did smell and look really good. definitely recommend if you are planning on visiting Wembley stadium or arena.

"Always a lovely stay"
mich28755, 04 Février 2019

We had a lovely stay as usual, many thanks to mariana who is always smiling and looking after the guests in such a professional way and makes your stay lovely. Will be back again very shortly to Best western

"Terrible expensive budget hotel"
j03blvck, 02 Février 2019

The hotel itself is not too bad and for a budget hotel it looks nice. Our first room was in a dungeon in the basement, it was terribly gloom and we had to move another room. When they clean they don't change the bedding. During the move we left a charger in the room, the next day I notice it was missing so I went to the front desk informed them and requested they check the room, they said house keeping will have taken it and placed it in lost and found however they are currently closed so they will ask in the morning. Next day I came and asked, i was told they couldn't find it and nobody has taken it, they checked cctv. So I said they don't have cctv in the rooms so they can't conclusively say that! They argued and I left it alone because it's just a charger. In both our rooms every time someone flushed the toilet or showered from upstairs you could here the water go down the wall which was disturbing. On our last day of checking out I was at work and my girlfriend was checking out, we had 3 bag and 6 suitcases she got to the lobby after a few trips back and forth, when the cab arrived she asked reception if someone could help her and they refused saying they have no one, by this time she was exhausted, the cab couldn't stop outside the hotel it had so it stopped on a side road, she made 3 trips every time asking for help in which she got a reply of “we have no one” on her last trip and old cleaning lady assisted her while the 4 staff at reception watched. Never again staying in one of these hotels

"Best hotel in London yet"
Familyguy288484, 31 Janvier 2019

Stayed here last week for a few days and had a really good time all queries and problems were met by Liban on the front desk so a huge thank you to him. Will be back for my next family trip.. thank you best western

"Fantastic Budget Hotel"
adamvicks, 31 Janvier 2019

This hotel is my favourite budget hotel in London. Located just a stone's throw from Wembley Stadium it is ideal for events. Central London is around a 30 minute journey on the Underground. We had booked this hotel as it was a fantastic deal online and we didn't mind the travel into Central London. Our stay was due to seeing Les Miserables for the first time which was absolutely fantastic. Check in is simple, quick and easy. We were given a twin room in the basement without a window. Don't let this put you off though as the room is lovely. We rarely spend time in rooms in hotels so the no window wasn't even noticeable. Bathroom is modern, clean and a power shower. The beds are SO COMFY. Everything about this hotel is luxurious and deserves a much higher rating. I have stayed here 3 times now and every time I have not been disappointed. If you don't mind being on the outskirts of London and travelling 30 minutes on the Underground, this hotel is perfect.

"Loved every minute."
Kriszti K, 28 Janvier 2019

Thanks for everything. Services were really great, especially the serving at the restaurant. We did not have any problem in the 16 days we stayed there, everything was nice, the cleaning was also really great.

"Ok, but nothing more"
TBRing, 24 Janvier 2019

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are good, relatively new decor and upgrade, good beds. The service is not that good, I don't think I saw one employee smiling (except one from housekeeping, when we arrived), for the hole duration of the stay. When they managed to enroll me as a loyalty member, in my friends name and with my email (despite that none of us had said yes to the membership). When I tried to get them to delete it, or at least change the name on the membership, they couldn't do it. Price was ok, we paid 149 pounds for three nights. Location is in Wembley, so a good underground/train ride from the center of London. Very good location if you have something to do in the Wembley area!

"No hot water, broken sink-no apology, no money refund!"
JasnaL9, 22 Janvier 2019

I had visit this 'hotel' beginning of January. My friend and I stay until late out in Wembley central. As we was really tired we had decided to oversleep there. We check in at 1am. In the morning we have realized there is no hot water to take shower and sink was broken as well so water couldn't run out. On the check out we reported problem. After long waiting of room investigation, they confirm what we said... Unfortunately, as they said, 'manager is not there and they can do nothing about it' but take our details and contact us. Almost full month after they are still ignoring me...

"Cold welcome Warm depart"
leReceptionist, 15 Janvier 2019

On arriving we were given a room in the depths of the hotel,a map was needed to find the room and it was cold. A quick word in the right ear the second ear we asked, resulted in a room by the lift on ground floor.. still cold but once we figured out the heating we aknowledged that the hotel was worth its stars...nice big breakfast kind staff at all levels ..and great position for local night life, shopping and sporting events both football and rugby A short walk to the underground or buses outside the door...I got my haircut opposite the hotel and brought back a hot Pizza! Nice check out and my car was safe in the carpark...thanks to you all at the helm and beyond..

"Nice and easy! "
greekfoood, 02 Janvier 2019

This hotel is out of the city of London but the tube station is only 350m from it. In about 35 minutes you are in the Oxford circus station. Very clean rooms, nice bathroom and hot water. The reception was friendly and helpful. Value for money!

"Great staff, extremely good value and wonderfully clean rooms."
Ducky-Traveller, 30 Décembre 2018

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough, despite checking in at after 10pm the staff were wonderfully helpful in assisting us to get parking on an ”Event Day”... don't forget this is Wembley and just a stones throw from the stadium. Whilst the parking is very limited at the hotel Paul the manager was extraordinarily helpful in directing us to a car park just a street away from the hotel. The rooms are not gloriously luxurious but with a huge bed and well appointed bathroom they are more than adequate. Having traveled a great deal both on business and privately I cannot ever remember being so impressed at the cleanliness of a hotel. Paul and his team made our short stay very special and their attention to detail would be more appropriate in a hotel costing more than 5 times as much. Best Western, you should be very proud of this hotel, the management and the staff who work there. Thank you to all of you.

"Disappointed"
GrandTour651624, 29 Décembre 2018

Was booked into this hotel for 5 nights on business. Latest one!!! Room was in the basement with no window. No mobile reception and the hotel WiFi did not work either. Staff didn't believe me! After taking screen shots and ensuring them I knew how to use my phone (I work for a mobile network!!) they agreed to move my room. 2nd the light next to my bed exploded, shattering and blowing the electrics in the room. In the dark I had to try and prop my door open to be able to see and avoid the glass all over the floor. The food at the hotel was Pizza or Chicken only. Not surprisingly the chicken was sold out so my only choice was a pizza and after a 17 hour day it wasn't what I wanted! Needless to say as soon as I could the next day I checked out and hanged to another hotel in the area. Would not stay again

"Great looking hotel, well worth the price"
stevegZ876SL, 16 Décembre 2018

This hotel was great, the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and each room is themed based on events at the Wembley stadium, which was great as me and my wife got a rock themed room which was perfect for us. I would have thought it was a 4 star hotel had I not known. And the heater above the bed was perfect at keeping the room a comfortable temperature especially with how cold it is recently. This hotel is ideally located as the stadium is just a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wembley.

"A quiet and comfortable night"
Gillian B, 14 Décembre 2018

A small double room with comfortable beds and all amenities required. The shower room was brand new with a large shower. The location of this hotel is a short walk from the underground and Wembley Stadium and Arena.

"Modern, quiet, very nice hotel "
501alinaz, 12 Décembre 2018

Although we only spent 1 night in this hotel, I must say that I was quiet impressed with it. It may not be luxurious, but, for the price we paid, we ended up being very satisfied. The strongest argument is that, as oppossed to so many other hotels, this one really is just link in the pictures. Nice sportive inspiration on the walls, windows and curtains can leave a nice impression on you even if you are not a big sports fan. Another plus was the calmness of the room..we got the best sleep there, as we hadn't had in weeks. Besides that, the receptionists and the other employees of the hotel were very kind and eager to help with anything. We are most definitely thinking of remaining at this hotel on our future trips in London

"Lovely stay"
Sofia-Galway, 10 Décembre 2018

Stayed here over the weekend with my boyfriend cause of the Nightwish concert at the Wembley Arena. This hotel is perfectly located for going to concerts and it has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. In addition to that it's about 15 min walk to the Wembley Park station and there's plenty of buses going past the hotel to that direction as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy. All in all it was much better quality than I had expected, especially for the price we paid (about €35/night/person) I know London can be a very expensive city and the cheaper accommodations can be of very poor quality. But this was certainly not the case with this hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again, simply for the location and the quality of the rooms. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

"One night stay"
PaddyHartnett, 03 Décembre 2018

Stayed in this hotel for a Spurs match and I have to say it was fantastic, the rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly. It was only a.10 min walk from the tube line and also from Wembley.

"Sooo comfy"
weneedahol, 03 Décembre 2018

I stayed here fir 2 niggts with my teen daughter. We attended X Factor final at SSE Arena 10 min walk away. This hotel is spotless and very modern. The beds are really comfortable. Ive had back probs forever and not one compliant did i have sleeping in this. Outside Hotel is packed with ships and eating places. Within 1 min walk in either direction. Is 3 pizza places. Kfc. Mcds. Nandos and more. If im ever back in London I will stay again. I had yo pay £30 deposit which was refunded on morning i left back to my bank card. So factor in this cost.

"More than you would expect "
charlottef964, 03 Décembre 2018

Stayed here on Sunday night, due to attending the XFator that evening. And it is fair to say that this hotel is a hidden gem. Granted it's not in the heart of Wembley itself, it really isn't that far of a walk only taking us 10 minutes to get to the arena. Room was bright and spacious with far more facilities that we had anticipated. Plenty of lighting from both the natural light from the big windows and ample fixture lighting. The only small minor detail that let it down was the breakfast, as the hot selection I did find fairly cold but other than that our stay was very enjoyable. I will defiantly be booking this hotel again if I am to attend events in this area.

"Nice hotel "
sarax2411, 28 Novembre 2018

Stayed for 3 nights! Great location, good size of room, very clean...however prior to my stay staff weren't very helpful over the phone and thought it was very silly having a smart tv but no access to any of the apps .

"Great Hotel"
Robert W, 27 Novembre 2018

This hotel was very nice. Clean and modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Close to the wembley train station and food outlets. Perfect stay from check in to check out. Would definitely return!! Staff awesome and we arrived early and we got a room immediately.

"Very small room but good standard"
segawidow, 17 Novembre 2018

Recently stayed here whilst working at the stadium. Considering that it was an event day the price was cheap compared to other hotels nearby but it appears to have been recently renovated and everything is finished to a high standard. Room was very small but that's reflected in the price. Much better than some of the other old and tired hotels in the area. The room I had was internal so had no windows but there is a fake window that is lit with a view of the London Skyline to give the impression of one, worked well

"Nice Hotel"
AbbyLemaDalton, 15 Novembre 2018

Hotel was nice and clean and rooms good. Decor was ‘appropriate' for the location but reminded me of a little boys room. That said I was at Wembley would stay again. Reception a little slow I arrived just after a large party and had to wait for a while.

"Lovely room"
noimnotsingle, 10 Novembre 2018

First visit here before a gig at Wembley, Loved our room , comfy bed , storage space and big bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Staff were friendly and hotel was close to the stadium , sse , and designer outlet. Will use this hotel again for sure.

"One night stay while attending concert at SSE Wembley arena"
Mark C, 09 Novembre 2018

The hotel was close to Tube and the Arena, the area is okay, the Hotel is very new and appears to have been built in a converted office block, some building work is currently on-going rooms were roomy and despite having no window was fine, they put a curtain up with a lighted London picture, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was included which was of good quality

"Highly recommended"
Owen N, 03 Novembre 2018

Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean throughout and a well kept hotel. Room size is ample for 2 people and not too cramped. Staff were very polite, professional with a smile. Short walk to the London designer Outlet in Wembley and the underground. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

"Average"
marchers, 02 Novembre 2018

Attended for a few days in London, not too far from London via tube and not too far from the tube station. Hotel was clean and amenities as expected. Staff were helpful but not very friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and had a fair selection but the hot selection was barely warm

"Not really Recommended"

Our flight arrived early and we went straight to the hotel hoping we could get an early check in. While we waited we had breakfast in their restaurant. The food offering was acceptable but a little pricey for the quality. The reception were kind enough to give us our room after we had eaten breakfast. It turned out to be disability accessible room with a huge bathroom. As we were exhausted from the travel we caught up on some much needed sleep. We then went off and did our tourist thing in London. There is a Tube station nearby so we used the train to get about. When we arrived home much later we found that the TV had no remote and did not seem to work manually either. Next day we reported this to reception who assured us that everything would be sorted out. When we got back to our room later there was a remote control, but the TV still did not work. Reported it to reception who said that a maintenance person would be right up. We waited for a further 2 hours and then went out. When we got back to our room the TV had still not been repaired. I went down to reception and asked what was going on. I was informed that a maintenance person would be up shortly. After another 2 hours I phoned reception to ask how much longer it would be before the maintenance person came up to fix the TV and was told that he had gone home about mid day (it was now 11:00pm at night!!) - I was absolutely livid....there was NO intention of getting a maintenance person up to our room...I was just being lied to!! The next day I went ballistic with the management and told them I did not appreciate being lied to by their staff. We had sat and waited for about 5 hours for someone to repair the TV and the staff had no intention of honoring that promise. The next evening there was a brand new TV and remote in our room. Obviously the management took notice after informing how disgusted I was with their service. Would I recommend this hotel.....not really. You can do better....I thought a Best Western would be of a decent standard, but I obviously assumed incorrectly. There is a pub next door that offers a much better breakfast at a cheaper price than the hotel restaurant. Would I go back ....nope!

"Great Hotel"
TBrennan_18, 29 Octobre 2018

Didn't actually stay here, but was a lovely nice place to go and visit the bar. Staff were so so nice and accommodating, especially Ian who was an absolute gentleman. Overall seemed like a lovely place to stay! Was talking with some guests from Luxembourg staying in the hotel and they said it was fantastic!

"Never again! "
el_pazi, 29 Octobre 2018

The receptionist on the evening of October 28th was extremely unfriendly. He seemed to really hate his job. The hotel is very overpriced. Overall not a pleasant expierience. Would not recommend to anyone.

"Best Night in London"
charlessim1, 27 Octobre 2018

This foot ball/sports themed room-decorated hotel is not too distant from Wembley Stadium however it is also linked to the city by excellent public transport links. It was clear that customer service is high on the hotels agenda.Ask for a room at the back if normal noise invasion is annoying to you as London awakes in the morning. This will be my first choice on my next London visit.

"Price VS quality and Location"
Wenneth M, 15 Octobre 2018

This is not a place or hotel or staycations or relaxation. It is the perfect, comfortable convenient place for a very reasonable price in London. Its very good for business traveller or people who wants to visit Wembley Stadium. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a decent shower. there are shops around around 5 ins to the nearest underground which is around 30mins to central London. This is also a good option for travellers on a budget like we were. P.S the front desk staff is nice but housekeeping didn't clean for the entire 3 days we stayed and the only time she offered to clean was our last night of stay.

"Comfortable stay and Great location"

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst at a conference near by. Rooms clean and comfortable and hotel in 5 min walking distance from wembley central station. Only negative was staff not very friendly customer service skills need a re think otherwise a good place for a short stay

Our stay was very satisfied, we reached at the hotel before check in time and the young lady give us a very nice room on the 4th floor The reception lady I think it was Marina she was very friendly and she had a smile on her face always .The room was cleaned also and quiet. Will visit again for sure.

Stayed at the above hotel from the 25 September till the 30 September on a job for kuoni room 122 was excellent got an excellent nights sleep the staff were helpful and friendly the manager I think his name was polymares he was on every day when I got back between in late afternoon/ evening his customer service and help was excellent he made each customer feel special nothing was to much trouble for him he sorted out for two mornings I got breakfast as I was leaving the hotel at 0645 for early starts so thank you looking forward to staying here again

"Very disappointing."
AngelOnYourShoulder, 02 Octobre 2018

Unfortunately, the whole subterranean levels of this hotel reeked of cat urine. The unfortunate smell was really off putting, thankfully the smell was limited to the hallways or at the very least was not in my room. I was greeted by a friendly trainee on the front desk who's grasp on English wasn't fantastic, I did have to repeat myself a lot. I live in Newcastle but I speak with a southerners accent. It wasn't really that much of a hassle but it did mean checking in took a lot longer than expected. Their £30 holding charge on my credit card took over a week to be refunded, this for a company as big as Best Western is appalling. The hotel room although 2 floors under the ground was exactly what you pay for. No grumbles there. Clean, descent TV and Wifi. Location - descent in house restaurant - Descent Picture of Freddie Mercury on the wall in my bedroom. Nice touch!

"Lovely hotel"
Mrsshelley17, 22 Septembre 2018

We stayed here for two night's, it was lovely and clean. The room was small but perfect for what we needed and at a great price. The staff were friendly AND helpful. My only complaint would be that we couldn't open the window.

"Clean comfortable and helpful staff"
Travel626041, 18 Septembre 2018

On arrival we where greeted and checked in swiftly. The room was nice and clean and bright we stayed for three nights with no problems what so ever. It was when I checked out and was on my way back to the airport I panicked on the realisation I have left my iPad behind, I called the hotel as soon as and they checked with the housekeeping and luckily someone had found it and handed it in. It took two days until I got it back as they were happy to post it to me and I was very grateful for the emails of communication and help. Thank you to the ladies on reception I will be recommending your hotel to friends and family :)

Stayed here with my son for his first big football match at Wembley. Very friendly staff. Room was on ground floor. Felt very new, clean and was a good size with 2 single beds. Excellent shower. Very close to the stadium. Can't comment on food as we did not eat here. Would definitely use again.

"Excellent venue"
christine s, 07 Septembre 2018

Lovely new modern hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is amazing with freshly made pizzas. Although in a very busy area it's by lots of shops and public transport and Wembley stadium. Only complaint the towels were a bit thin.

"Great Hotel "
Nikkijf1982, 01 Septembre 2018

This is the second time me and my partner have been to this hotel. The location is great a five minute walk to tube station. The staff are all friendly, very helpful, willing to go that extra mile for you if needed. The hotel manger who Is Greek went out of his way to get us a cheap taxi to Covent Garden to watch a theatre production. The girl behind the reception Vesta went out of her way to help with any information we wanted to know about the area. Overall a brilliant hotel. Me and my partner both will stay in this hotel again.

"Would stay again. "
flowerpot1990, 26 Août 2018

Hotel location is excellent with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. The hotel is clean, bed was comfy and the rooms are a nice size. Only problems were the shower dripping all the time and the windows didn't open. Also when I booked it said breakfast included but upon arrival I got told it was an extra charge.

"Best western hotel wembley"

Very dissapointing, should have been a big king size double bed but was two singles pushed together......it was underground with no windows, just a fake window, which was not mentioned at timd of booking!!

"Great location"
Ms_vaughnstrider, 19 Août 2018

This hotel is less than five minutes from Wembley Central Station and central london is easily accessible. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a scorching weekend when we stayed and thankfully the room came with aircon. Would stay again

"Great hotel"
harveja66, 05 Août 2018

Although our room was in the basement with no window this was a bonus as the hotel is on a busy High street. This meant it was quiet. There is a very clever lighted window in the room that makes it appear as if your room is in daylight in the morning The room was very clean, and modern as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

"Would I stay there again? Not if I could help it!"
Obderver, 05 Août 2018

I had to unexpectedly extend my stay in Wembley and the Holiday Inn, where I was staying, was full up. So were most of the other hotels I tried until I worked my way down to this one. The best thing you could say about it is that the wifi is very fast. But the hotel seems to have gone out of its way to make the worst of its possibilities. Take the room. The bed was pushed up about six inches from a pillar, meaning that to get round to that side of the bed was a tremendous squeeze. The pillar showed signs of scratches and chippings, presumably where people had tried to squeeze past. The armchair was located in a sort of alcove by the window behind the pillar and the TV was positioned on the the wall in such a way that it was partly obscured by the pillar. Why not hang it on a couple of feet nearer the other side of the wall? All of that nonsense could have been avoided. It almost feels as if they are going out of their way to make your stay unpleasant. Or take the bathroom. The towels were hung on a rail just above the toilet paper roll meaning that if you washed your hands and then went to dry them on the towel, you were liable to drip water over the toilet paper. Take the toilet paper holder itself: it appeared to be fitted upside down so that the roll was prone to slipping off. The shower had no ledge for soap, so that if you brought your own soap there was nowhere to put it in the shower (which was equipped with a shampoo dispenser). Why do those sort of things? Breakfast was horrific. There is a sign that says ‘please wait to be seated', but no-one greets you and seats you. The breakfast room is quite small and the hotel seems to specialise in bus parties who all come down at the same time and use up all the tables. Then when they have finished, because the lobby is small, they hang around next to the breakfast room, or stay at their tables using their laptops. The breakfast room seems to be understaffed also. There is no hot breakfast buffet and you are not automatically asked if you want a hot breakfast. It seems that you have to find a member of staff and ask, a very strange system. When I checked in I was not greeted as a member of the Best Western rewards programme, which usually happens; instead I was asked for photo ID. Great. Can't remember that ever happening at a UK hotel before. The room had been paid for in advance, I had asked for a quiet room on my booking. I was placed next to the lifts. To be fair, the room itself was decent for a three star hotel, apart from the things mentioned. But would I stay there again? Not if I could help it. That is the key test, so I can't give it more than a rating of two. (And if I wasn't trying to be fair it would be a one.)

"Good Value "
Phil5009, 03 Août 2018

I found this hotel to be very clean, and decorated well. We had a room with no windows which was completely fine. They even provided a fake one ??. The bed was very comfy and the mixture of a soft and hard pillow was a great touch.

"Clean hotel, great service "
Gary K, 30 Juillet 2018

Booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled out of Heathrow. All hotels were fully booked at Heathrow airport. Even though we checked in at 3am, staff were still very friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Raj who could see we were very tired and made sure that the check in process was fast and that we were not disturbed until check out time

"Modern, small room"
classicfooty, 29 Juillet 2018

Room was clean but very small. Got a ground floor room next to a noisy busy road. Don't know why it says here on the main page that a buffet breakfast is included.....it isn't, its extra ……..quite a lot extra for a breakfast. Parking is non existent and ended up having to find someone who was letting there driveway for £25 a night a fair walk away from the hotel

"Good enough "
Rizvi1717, 25 Juillet 2018

A good enough hotel with all the basic facilities. The room size was reasonable and atleast mine had a window (many don't). The WiFi is very unreliable though. The area is nice and easy access to 2 underground stations (however it's almost 30 minutes from any tourist attraction except the Wembley stadium). The staff is polite and helpful, specially Mr. Azam. I'd rate it satisfactory.

"Recommended for leisure travellers"
Giannis36, 25 Juillet 2018

Excellent value for money (250 euros for 4 nights - no breakfast included), although it seems that i was just lucky and this was a promotional price and normal prices are not that cheap. Location was good, about 5 mins walk from Wembley Central underground station (Zone 4 - Bakerloo line + Overground to Euston railway station). Train to central London takes about 1/2 hour. The hotel is located in a safe, multi-ethnic neighborhood, with a wide range of restaurant and shopping options available Lack of a small fridge/minibar was essential, especially during the hot summer days of mid July. For an unknown reason, wifi simply didn't work in my room. I did't complain to the staff about that, as i returned to my room late every night and i did't have time to browse the internet, but that would be very disturbing for other customers. Rooms were very tight (no problem for a solo traveler like me, but it would be a problem for a two-person stay).

"Best Western but not plus"
Tim_Ramsden, 23 Juillet 2018

Clean and tidy room Yes. Room to swing a cat in No. Small bathroom with shower door that wouldn't shut properly. Biggest problem is no parking repeat No Parking! Staff friendly. I didn't eat in the hotel cos if you don't like pizza you're snookered! I won't be using again the holiday inn around the corner will be my choice from now on.

"Great short stay"
ktgrant22, 23 Juillet 2018

Great friendly & helpful staff. Great room on the lower floor -4 very quiet. Good value for money would definitely recommend ??Good breakfast. Very close to Wembley 10 minute walk. Lots of places to eat nearby.

"A few problems but dealt with promptly and effciently"
Julie B, 17 Juillet 2018

Stayed here for two nights, quick check I and lovely large room and bathroom, Tried to get reception but no one answered the phone. Next morning requested iron and ironing board but the receptionist was too busy !!.Breakfast was not upto the Best Weston normal quality. Second morning bumped into managers who dealt with problem with receptionist, very professional so in fact left with good impression of the hotel

"GOOD OFFERING.."
sam m, 17 Juillet 2018

Stayed a few nights here while in London and it is quite refreshing having lodged in three other Wembley hotels. Relatively new, it is comparable to other BW hotels in Africa and USA. I came in at midnight straight from Heathrow airport having had flight delays. Despite prior booking, I was offered a ''Blind'' room at the basement, with blank-view windows! Quite tired the King bed was comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom details were tidy and aptly finished. However internet reception was nearly nil at this room and had to work at the reception on the laptop. Breakfast at 8am was rather too busy, with numerous students all over. I had to sit at the nearby Bar to eat quickly with a few others. BW Plus is appropriately located with accessible transport and eateries around.

"Very pleasant stay."
Michael T, 11 Juillet 2018

I will start by saying that I gave the property a five rating. My only complaint, and it is not a big complaint, is that the room we had was a bit small for the price. However, I loved everything else about our overnight stay. Mohamed and Cassy were informative, attentive, and very accommodating. Thank your Mohamed and Cassy for taking care of us. We were only there one night, and nothing was happening at Wembley Stadium, but we made the 5 minute walk over there just to check it out. Cheers!

"Stay Over"
Roadiadi, 10 Juillet 2018

Checked in with no issues, pleasant reception staff. Room ready at 14.00 on time, but there was a facility to leave luggage with staff, before that time. Very close walking distance from the local over-underground station, situated on the same road. Room was modern art based, clean, tidy, comfortable bed, soft pillows. Good air conditioning. Shower, wc clean. Quiet good night's sleep. On booking the system was not clear that you needed to further telephone the hotel and pay via that. Not keen on the £30 security deposit. Good range of breakfasts on offer. I would stay again.

"Good for Wembley concerts"
whitbyabi, 07 Juillet 2018

we booked to stay here thinking it was on the Wembley complex; it isn't its about a 10 minute walk to the arena so not too far & you need to get off the train at Wembley Central. The hotel is new so everything is clean & modern, we had an underground king size room which was the cheapest we could get near to the concert. The room had a false window which lit up as it was underground & was very quiet so we got a good sleep. The king size bed was really comfy, the shower really good & there was a tea tray in the room & everything was very clean. Breakfast wasn't included & was expensive so we didn't have it; given that these are large chain hotels I can't see why they overcharge for things like a basic breakfast.

"Harry Nicholson "
Harry N, 07 Juillet 2018

The rooms are fine although they could do with a fridge, but the food is terrible, a egg mayonnaise sandwich from room service was two bit's of stale white bread with a hastily sliced egg with a dollop of salad cream on top and slapped together, for the princely sum of £ 8.99 disgusting. And the breakfast is dire, most of the cooked breakfast is deep fried and the so called continental breakfast is a bit of salami, processed ham and a boiled egg, I will not be back!

"Good clean hotel"
Louise4415, 04 Juillet 2018

Stayed at Best Western Plus in Wembley for 2 nights with my husband, chose this hotel as the price was so reasonable and it included free breakfast if booked through their own website. Literally 5 minute walk from Wembley Central tube, the reception check in was quick and easy, we did had to pay a £30 breakages deposit that we didn't know about but this was refunded on check out. London Euston took us 21 minutes on the overground so commuting in and out of central London wasn't a problem and this hotel was less than half of the price I was quoted for stays in central London which is why we booked it. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the room was lovely and bright decorated in a George Best theme, the room was a little bit on the small side though but ok for us on a 2 night stay. Breakfast was good with nice full english & tea/coffee and the service was excellent. Would I use this hotel again.....the answer is yes definitely!!

"TOO FEW STAFF"
mattpond247, 02 Juillet 2018

Very good rooms, comfortable and air conditioned. Not enough staff and poorly trained. The barman didn't know what Gordons Gin was and had never heard of Baileys. The bar kept running out of change and when a more senior member of staff showed up, all he did was show the poor sod who was serving what he was doing wrong, rather than serving the people that were waiting!! It took me 20 minutes to get a double gin and tonic and 4 pints of lager. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease get more staff!!

"Stayed After Concert"
Christy K, 28 Juin 2018

After reading mixed reviews I'd have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Was worried I'd get a basement room but didn't. Lucky! The rooms are on the small side. But they're so clean and modern! There's toiletries in the rooms if you've forgotten anything Outside the hotel you're on a main road of shops and fast food - kfc nandos and pizza hut. Overall a pleasant stay and would come back

"Sparkling clean, great beds and good value."
piglettomarchetto, 27 Juin 2018

A great choice for those attending events at Wembley stadium or arena. We booked a king size room - lovely comfortable bed, very quiet considering location, very nice decor and very diligent cleaning staff. Would highly recommend!

"Not a Plus"
Eatery_Reviewer, 22 Juin 2018

This hotel is ideal for Wembley and this and the aircon are the only plus points of the hotel. The hotel looks good on the outside. My room was in the depths of the cellar and there are three subterranean floors with no outlook on the outside. The room was tiny with no more than 20cm gap on one side of the bed. The only redeeming feature of the room was the air conditioning although the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The English Breakfast was a joke with the bacon appearing to be weeks old (see the photo) and there were no tomatoes. The bread was left to dry out in the air so at least the toaster didn't have to work so hard. The Breakfast gets 1/5. Staff were pleasant and had they not been the hotel would have got a 2 rating. Come on Best Western, you can do very much better than this. For a start provide a decent English Breakfast with some fresh tomatoes and keep the bread covered. I wouldn't return.

"Hmmmm not bad"
shazkowalski, 21 Juin 2018

We stayed due to going to a concert- the room was clean enough and a very comfy bed and check in was seamless. The bathroom was accessible which made the shower almost impossible for us to use given we are both fairly tall. The bathroom Itself wasn't especially well equipped or clean either. There was no window in the room which was a bit strange as there was a strange lit up picture with curtains where a window would have been which was bizarre. It would have been scored higher but we were woken up at half past seven by cleaners having a good old gossip right outside of our bedroom door which was beyond frustrating. We mentioned it on check out and got an apology but unfortunately this didn't make up for the lack of a lie in on a child free night away. Good location excellent pub across the road and good transport links- shame they were let down on this occasion.

"Very busy concert weekend"
Sean S, 19 Juin 2018

Booked pretty last minute as we were going to the Ed Sheeran concert at Wembley. Got a really good price via a booking site. Got there early checked in at a hectic reception(only due to amount of guests) was welcomed by a very friendly lady called ‘Tracey' was really helpful. Only down fall was waiting for an iron, but then again everyone wanted them at the same time. We were in the new ‘annex' I believe rooms weren't the biggest but very clean and comfortable. Only down side I would say was parking, hotel only has a few spaces but again we should have booked ahead. Will definitely use again when going to Wembley. And for the management Tracey is a real asset to your company, you need to make sure she's acknowledged .

"Exactly what we wanted"
paulb5, 19 Juin 2018

Stayed here for one night as we were attending a concert at Wembley stadium. The location is great as its judt far enough from the stadium to be away from the immediate hustle and bustle but also only a 10min walk to the stadium. Plenty of places to get food around the hotel, most notably the Wetherspoons which is literally 50m up the road for cheaper food and drink. We travelled by train and it is only a short walk from the underground. We originally booked a room without a window (Just went for the cheapest) but in the end our room had a window. Although it doesn't open there is AC on in the room. Room was very clean and well presented. Not a huge amount of room but was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower was a good size. Bed was firm but comfy and there are tea/coffee making facilities. We were slightly early on arrival so our room wasnt ready but reception took our bags. Staff were very friendly and although when we did check in we had to wait because it was busy, the wait wasnt very long. All in all it did the job for what we wanted and we will definitely consider staying again if we visit Wembley in the future.

"Great stay"
Georgie Chloé D, 19 Juin 2018

Went to see Ed Sheeran at Wembley Stadium and stayed here! We were able to check in early, friendly staff, room was clean, nice bathroom, very comfy bed, we both slept like babies! Small room and basic but absolutely everything you need for 1 night and an absolute bargain at £59! We will definitely stay again if attending another concert.

"1 night stay "

Had an ok stay here did not like how we was underground was a bit strange. The air conditioning was annoying as it kept switching off and it was not on a timer. I would stay here again if I was passing.

"Avoid at all costs "
Toni T, 15 Juin 2018

We booked this hotel as it's within walking distance to Wembley stadium. On arrival we pulled into the car park (which only has 7 parking spaces) these were full but there was space to park my car so it would not be blocking any other cars in. During check in i doubled checked with reception staff if it was ok and was told my car was fine and out of the way! We were then charged £20 for parking. The next day we checked out to head to the car to find someone had hit my car and scratched it very badly. The attitude of the reception staff was disgusting. Management were very incompliant and were not willing to give me the details of the registration plate of the car although it was all caught on CCTV (since found out from insurance company they don't have the right to withhold this information and they should have cooperated and given me the information) luckily the other party had put a note on the car (which I didn't see at first). Staff were rude and obnoxious not very friendly or professional at all. We were given our room key and headed to our room which was 2 floors underground. The room was tiny but clean. No windows but a fake window plugged into the wall. Bed was hard and not comfortable. The shower was slow and warm. Hotel is close to local shops, bars and restaurants so we headed out for lunch etc. Walking distance to Wembley for concert took around 5-10 mins. So perfect for that but maybe worth booking elsewhere. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel or recommending it to friends and family.

"3 days and 2 perfect nights in London !"
Cyril C, 15 Juin 2018

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our trip to London and we are so delighted ! Hotel very easy to access, close to all shops and transport, home more than pleasant and warm (I would also like to thank the young woman who was at the reception on Tuesday, June 12 at 14:10, which unfortunately I do not I have not reternu the name for its very nice home !) access to the room very secure, and especially... Room more than perfect, quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable ! The decor and layout of the room was very nice ! As we said at the check-out, we will be returning to this hotel on our next trip, most certainly next March, but most importantly, we have definitely found the hotel where we will be staying every trip to London ! We want to say a very big thank you to all the team of the hotel for making our stay a perfect stay ! Cordially

"Capital Summer Ball"
PETTYOFFICERRN, 11 Juin 2018

Simplistically is the key here. It's clean, warm and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was excellent as well as clean and modern, with a great view hahaha. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful as well as delicious, this hotel is ideal for a stop over for events at the stadium ??????

"England vs Nigeria"
Luke S, 04 Juin 2018

Stopped over Saturday just gone for the England vs Nigeria game with my dad. Check in wasn't until 2pm but we arrived at just after 11am and asked if we could check in a bit early as I felt unwell and needed some rest, manager said he'd sort something as soon as he could. Went to Wetherspoons for something to eat then arrived back at the hotel 30 minutes later and a room was ready for us. My dad popped out and left me alone in the room manager said if I needed anything he was only a phone call away and would be at my room instantly. Room was very nice, bathroom, beds and TV all top notch. Didn't get the managers name but he wouldn't accept a tip off me. Wonderful manager and all other staff lovely too, will 110% stay again next time I visit London.

"Even Prisoners have windows"
TILITIS, 31 Mai 2018

Stayed in the basement, no windows. Staff acceptable, clean, but No Window's in room???? and not that cheap. Probably not a flag ship Hotel, but what can you expect from a converted office block. No restaurant to speak of , not much of a bar. One nite only is cheap and cheerful especially when you had enough to drink and can't soak up the locality nor hear any birds AM.

"nice, clean and loverly staff"
Yvette O, 31 Mai 2018

stayed here on a business trip, booked in advance a room with windows, rooms are not very big but clean and well equipped, the staff is nice and patient even with lot of groups (schoolkids and tourist), guy that makes the pizza's is very nice and gentle, takes time for a chat if not too busy

"Wembley visit"
RotherhamJPS, 29 Mai 2018

Very good location and hotel. Very helpful staff. Only criticism was parking was charged at £20 per night, but website stated £10. The reception staff said it was because there was an event on. This should be clearly stated.

"Last resort"
Iain K, 26 Mai 2018

Great location, smack bang in the centre of Wembley "shops, restaurants, stadium, pubs and tube". But its Wembley and they can charge mugs like us anything they like. A £45 a night room(local info) being raised to over £120 a night. To make matters worse, when a friend rang and asked what it was like outside (weather) I replied I didn't know as I was in the basement with no windows.

"Avoid it"
orcuttm, 23 Mai 2018

Unless you are guaranteed a room with a window - avoid it. It is about 200 meters from the wembley Central si access is easy but overall, I'm sorry for selecting it. Service is ok. The lobby is cool with aquarium tv. Room was terrible.

"Really Great Hotel"
Nikkijf1982, 13 Mai 2018

Hotel is in an ideal location. Close to Wembley Stadium, Fashion Outlet Shopping Centre and Tube. Parking is very limited you could get blocked in as not very well set out. All staff really friendly, went out of there way to help me and my partner on our visit to this hotel. Breakfast was lovely too, choice of full English or continental. Very reasonably priced. Rooms very well decorated and spacious. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

"Great value"
Alexander H, 30 Avril 2018

This hotel is great value for its money. Close to Wembley, brand outlet, and restaurants. Initially area may feel a bit shady; that's just how Wembley is. Average service. When asking about the deposit procedure, receptionist became a little hostile. Lastly, rooms on basement floors (-1 to -3) may be experienced as quite claustrophobic.

"Not a good choice if you are claustrophobic"
Paul9978, 26 Avril 2018

Stayed here for one night on business. Hotel is located just 5 mins from Wembley Central station so has good links to Euston. Lots of high street shops, restaurants and takeaways on doorstep to suit all budgets and tastes. Hotel is well maintained (but not very pretty from outside). Beware though that this hotel has three floors of rooms underground! I'm very small dark corridors and the rooms are tiny, albeit well decorated and fitted out. If claustrophobic you may not like how small the rooms are and especially the fact that there are no windows - well there was a fake window even with a curtain to draw over it, but still fake (see my pictures). For budget (£45 for the night inc breakfast) you can't really complain but I do think they should warn you about basement rooms.

"Great staff, location"
MancunianMonkey, 24 Avril 2018

Great Staff and location. Twin room was a little small but decoration was good and very modern. Located on the high Street with everything you'll ever need close at hand. On booking it was unclear what type of breakfast was supplied and this ended up being continental. Staff didn't make us aware the we could update for £2 and only noticed later on the menu.

"Brilliant service and rooms"
stuart g, 23 Avril 2018

Great place, lovely warm welcome from casandra and tracy ann.. thanks for putting up with us while we kept asking if our rooms are ready!! Will definitely be returning asap.. the price was amazing for the standard of room, i will be recommending this hotel.. ????

"Our Stay"
harvey47, 15 Avril 2018

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well situated near an assortment of reaturants, we ate in the hotel due to the inclement weather. The pizzas were ok, unfortunately they said they were out of chicken for the pizzas but I did notice that the customers behind us had chicken even though the came after us.

"Nice hotel in Wembley "
Marie R, 14 Avril 2018

We've stayed here few times when my partner has been working at wembley. Its location is central placed on the high street but far enough up to be away from all the hustle of the main shops, near to few bars including wetherspoons. Easy walking distance to designer outlet which has great shops, cinema and plenty of eateries. The Hotel itself is lovely, rooms are perfectly formed if not that big but you have everything you need, staff are helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble;, you only have to ask and they will help you with anything you need. I know that we will be using this hotel again. Great TV in the rooms.

"Extremely rude and unhelpful staff"
M P, 13 Avril 2018

Receptionist was extremely rude when we asked why he was charging £84 when the recept said £69. The room he gave us was already occupied. Having returned to reception the same receptionist confirmed there were other rooms available but insisted he was doing us a favour and proceeded to give us our money back instead of giving us a different room. Called the hotel the following day to explain what had happened. The assistant manager (Tracey) took details and said she would call us back but never did

"Good value hotel close to Wembley"
973arildk, 13 Avril 2018

Booked this hotel for a concert at SSE Wembley. Nice and new hotel with clean and modern rooms. 7 min walk from SSE or the Stadium. Serves good pizza in the lobby and also has a bar. Very service minded staff! Good value for your money!

"Excellent service and value"
Anushasom, 12 Avril 2018

Stayed here for one night as we were stopping over in Wembley and this was and excellent choice. Have to mention the front desk staff who provided service with a smile. We opted for a room with a window which was just the right size, clean and vibrantly decorated. Would definitely recommend.

"If you need parking for your car, please take note."
Margot B, 05 Avril 2018

This location was booked by a travel agent who clearly did not understand our travel needs. After a 4-hour car trip from Manchester, we arrived at 10 pm to find the hotel only had 7 parking spaces and no place to park our car. Our agent made no booking provisions for the car he rented for us. Front reception staff were less than sympathetic stating “we're a hotel, not a parking garage”. The rooms resembled a student residence. We were originally booked for 4 nights, but the parking issue was going to be a problem for the remainder of our stay. We cancelled after one night and found alternate accommodations.

"A convenient hotel"
ugfinch, 03 Avril 2018

You can tell from your first moment in Best Western Wembley that the team is working together to give their guests a good experience. The staff was so helpful and did their best indeed to welcome me and make sure I had everything I asked for. The building is a little old, but the rooms were good and clean. The house keeping was good and active. The breakfast in the restaurant wasn't that good but it was ok. The location is great, very close to Wembley stadium and London Designers Outlet, and 2 mins walk to Wembley Central underground. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Stacy Ann and Paul. Keep it up.

"Great hotel, lovely and modern/clean, great price!"
AMay14, 03 Avril 2018

Booked this as a last minute weekend away in London for two nights on booking.com and honestly can't fault it at all. About £100 for 2 nights. Very close to the tube station with about a 20 min journey into the centre of London. The rooms are decorated in keeping with its close location to Wembley, very modern and super clean. Good amenities close by too so you don't have to always travel into the centre of London for food etc. Highly recommended for a cheap weekend away.

"Cup Final weekend"
patsy56, 25 Mars 2018

We stayed here for the Cup final at Wembley Stadium, it was a good price, a 10 minute walk to the stadium,5-10 min walk from Wembley Central train station, so an excellent hotel to stay for the stadium. The room wasn't big but had everything you wanted, it was clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with lots of complimentary bits, shower gel shampoo etc, big white fluffy towels, desk and chair, TV and heating was good. It has a bar downstairs, lifts and the staff were lovely and friendly! I wouldnt book breakfast which is overpriced and there's a place a few doors away called J.J Moons where you can get a lovely breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee for half the price.Plenty of places for food at tea time too. V.Impressed and will definitely use again for any Stadium visits.

"Best hotel "
User, 25 Mars 2018

I spend a week on this hotel and it was amazing !!! I never felt so comfortable. Great customer service. Definitely will come back again and recommend it to others. Well done guys for your team effort ??????

"Great value"
slick24, 24 Mars 2018

This hotel is great value, located close to the staduim, the rooms are very clean all been refurbished, some rooms are in the lower area but don't be put off by this as it's so quiet plus you get a great picture of the London attractions (very nice touch) .

"Good but had a few issues"
User, 22 Mars 2018

The hotel was nice and comfortable nice staff and a big flat screen but it had a few issues one of them is that our AC wasn't working and we told to the staff that it's not working and that it should be fixed and after 3 days of telling then it's not working thay still didn't send someone but I gave it 4 points and not 3 because they repay us by giving us 2 free breakfast other then that the room is pretty small but it's no that bad. This hotel is for travelers in my opinion.

"Does the trick for those wanting to watch the football!"
Trevordg, 11 Mars 2018

Spent two nights here last week whilst in London for a business trip and also managed to watch the football. The Hotel is very close to Wembley stadium and this saves a lot of time post match. However getting to the centre of London is a bit of a stretch and hence I do not recommend you stay here if you need to be in that part of town. That being said the rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi works well and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast doesnt offer the greatest selection however does the trick. Overall a comfortable stay.

"Really good experience "
George V, 08 Mars 2018

I was here a couple of weeks ago and this hotel was great. The staff were excellent the young man checking me in was also great, I think his name was lybaan. The decor was excellent and the restaurant was also great. I had a room with no window was quite confusing but I was shown down by the receptionist. Thank you best western.

"Good value hotel close to tube station"
Edwards-Family04, 08 Mars 2018

I stayed here for one night with my 18 year old daughter as she had an Interview in University of Westminster, Harrow Campus. I had booked a twin room but when we got to our room the electricity wasn't working . We reported it to reception and as they couldn't find the fault immediately, we were moved to a different room. We were in the basement so rooms had no windows. This wasn't an issue but I would say, familiarise yourself with the emergency exits as it's a bit like a rabbit warren. The room itself was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. As we were quite late arriving we ate in the hotel's restaurant , where the chef was making fresh pizza . The quality was good and reasonably priced. We were served drinks from the bar in plastic glasses as there was an FA cup game in Wembley stadium . This might be an issue for some people but it didn't bother us. We didn't book breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on it. There is a Wetherspoon's and Costa nearby if you don't want breakfast in the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay especially if you are going to Wembley stadium or want a good value budget hotel. Take tube to Wembley Central and turn Right when you come out of the station.

"Lovely clean room and hotel, Pizza restaurant is fantastic"
RM11LAR, 07 Mars 2018

Lovely clean tidy hotel, room was spotless, only downside was freezing cold wood flooring! We had a meal at the in house Pizzeria it was so fresh and delicous, reasonably priced too. Plenty of choice for Breakfast also.

"Superb"
Hotspur1982, 04 Mars 2018

Brilliantly run. Tracy ann was fantastic dealt with our every need. Would definately stay again. Lovely little pizza restaurant inside great location. Rooms clean and tidy with everything you needed. Great value too. My wembley visits will all be staying here for the future

"Pleasantly Surprised."
DanielJWaldon, 26 Février 2018

I booked this hotel without doing any prior background checks on reviews on the place. Knowing that some best western hotels don't have the best if upkeep I went into my stay with little to no expectations. What a great hotel this is. Modern and trendy with brilliant amenities and room decoration that suits it's surroundings. Loved the old Wembley stadium headboard on the bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially behind reception. We opted for express check in which is done via a self service machine and the whole process tool around 30 seconds. We had travelled from Manchester and were pretty tired and found ourselves in our room a minute after we had stepped through the door. One thing to note for light sleepers is the noise from the traffic below can sometimes be a little loud. Overall, it was a brilliant and efficient one night stay. Will definetly consider this hotel again and would recommend it to any sports fans attending Wembley stadium.

"Very good "
Heather H, 26 Février 2018

Had a one night stay with my daughter. The room was great, very clean and practical. We were warm which was lovely as it was bitterly cold outside. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The football theme was fun! Close to places to eat and walking distance to Wembley Arena, Stadium and outlet shops.

"Good and Bad Points"
Rosie131, 22 Février 2018

Let's start with the good points, close to Wembley Central Station which is great for access to the city, spacious and clean rooms and comfortable beds. Now the bad points... Pillows have left me with a crippling sore neck and shoulders (although I am disabled and maybe just don't suit my illness), the 'hair dryer' is a tube which blows as much hot air as my husband does when having a bad day, the shower is cold always, there is no plug socket next to a mirror for fixing hair etc and the heating system is confusing to use. I might stay again if these issues were fixed as it is easy to get to and good for disabled customers.

"Absolutely worth the money! Great stay!"
HoZso, 12 Février 2018

This hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from Wembley central station, easy to find, it has really good and well equipped rooms. It's a maze though, you can get lost in the corridors :-)Bed was very comfortable, TV and A/C worked properly. I did not try the restaurant and never had breakfast, so can't say anything about that. The lady who checked me in - Noelia - was really friendly and helpful, and the rest of the team as well. I can recommend this venue for a stay when in London.

"A Pleasant Surprise"
toyota65, 10 Février 2018

Due to the trains not running in our favour and a lunchtime kick off we needed to find a hotel for one night to attend the North London Derby at Wembley stadium and we stumbled across this little gem. I booked a room with no windows to save some money and despite being a little apprehensive we need not have worried at all. The reception team at check in were excellent and although a £30 deposit is unusual we knew this was going to be asked for so it didn't come as a surprise. We were shown to our room by a nice friendly gentleman which was for the best as it was down 3 floors but was an adventure in itself and the lighting art work that appeared on the walls to light the way was a really nice touch. The room itself was great, twin beds as requested as it was myself and my son staying there, really nice bed linen, tea/coffee facilities (sadly no biscuits) a great bathroom with a nice large shower and slow closing loo seat and plenty of towels and toiletries, funky decor all relating to sports and a huge smart TV. We arrived after 10pm so ventured out to get something to eat and there are an abundance of restaurants and takeaways literally outside the door. The beds were comfortable and it was probably one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in with only a couple doors being slammed in the early hours but no raised voices along corridors or people running up and down. The only downside with having a room with no windows is that you can't tell when it's morning so we had to check the time but it's not a major problem. Check out at 11am suited us and when giving back the key the reception staff refund the £30 deposit onto the card originally used but did warn this depending on your bank could take up to 5 days, I don't have any issues with deposits but when you've checked out and the room hasn't been checked I don't really know what it's for. A nice touch was a basket of fresh red apples on the reception desk for you to help yourself too, makes a real change from a boiled sweet. Once again nice friendly staff on duty and despite being extremely busy with customers checking in and out they remained really efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are attending an event at the stadium or arena as it's only about a 10 minute walk away and if have time there are lots of shops close by as well as the London Designer Outlet area. We wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again if we have another early kick off or are attending another event nearby.

"The worst experience in a hotel/ SECURITY CAME IN MY ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION!"
Lina M, 28 Janvier 2018

I stayed to Best Western Plus London Wembley Hotel for business trip, and it was the worst hotel I have stayed. First of all, The booking was made wrongly. I booked 2 rooms (1 twin solo used + 1 double solo used) for 2 nights with my name and my colleague's, but only my name was registered for 2 rooms on their booking system, which should have not happened basically. We booked for 2 nights. I was assigned to room 123 and my colleague to 010. However when we came back for 2nd night, although the card key worked for 010, my colleague belongings were gone from her room. My colleague claimed it to the reception, so that receptionist and the security went to 2 of storage rooms with my colleague, but could not find them. The receptionist started to say that room 010 was booked only for 1 night, and they changed room for 2nd night to 124 which was occupied by my other colleague (booking made differently but same check-in date). The receptionists said "WE" asked to change room, which we never raise such request!!! Because they could not find the belongings at room 124, the security use the master key and enter to my room "WITHOUT PERMISSION", while I (female) was taking a shower, at 1:00AM!!!!! Finally, my colleague belongings were found in 1 of the house keeper's room... It took almost 1h30min to resolve the problem, from midnight to 1:30AM!! They have been negligent to check house keeper's room before bothering other guests in the very late evening, and to go in the room using the master key, although guest was in there!!!! After the belongings came out, the receptionist refused my colleague to use room 010, although nobody was assigned, but because of their mistake!!! As I mentioned beforehand, we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but 1 of the receptionist (man) said, my colleague should stay in room 123 with me. We showed the written confirmation that we paid for 2 rooms, but the receptionist almost obliged to stay in my room 123. After about 15min negotiation, the other receptionist accepted to stay in room 010 for 2nd night, but their behavior were really not professional at all. I strongly not recommend to stay at this hotel, even though the room rate is low!!!

"Mixed feelings!"
446ldaly, 19 Janvier 2018

I have mixed feelings with this hotel. Poor service. After a long journey- our flight was delayed to London Gatwick by 2 hours, we got on the wrong train at Gatwick & had another 3 hour journey to the hotel from Gatwick. When we arrived tired, cold & hungry the receptionist was rude & obnoxious. She told us we need to give an additional £30 card deposit. I only had cash. I had to wait in the lobby to charge my phone, gain internet access, get in contact with a relative & get £30 transferred to my account! When all this was done & the deposit was paid, we got handed s room key and told to take the elevator to ground -1, now be careful, because theirs a second elevator down a dark corridor which you then have to take again to another -1 floor.- when we couldn't find the room because we were never explained about the dark corridor, second elevator & the other -1 floor, the receptionist sighed & showed us to this room, with no windows! The room itself was clean, decor nice, bed comfortable & great channels. for a room in the basement it was that I thought would be a horrible experience, was actually not a bad experience at all. The showers however could be a little warmer, along with the room temp. The location was OK, considering the price. 33 minutes on the tube to oxford circus. Nandos across the road- but I would have preferred to eat in the hotel, as it looked & smelled great (we came in late every evening). I ant comment on food as I never had breakfast, or lunch or dinner. I was never told dinning times by the receptionist. I really enjoyed the room & the hotel itself, however the staff made my experience to London a lot harder. a little smile or a nice greeting would have went along way. or even a little chat! I am going to London again in May & unfortunately I will be paying more money for a hotel in the city, as I prefer good customer service over room decor.

"Not the best experince"
andestroud, 11 Janvier 2018

Upon arrival I was checked in swiftly but advised a £30 additional deposit was required. Upon entering my room the room was freezing cold, when taking a shower the water was cold and the shower door wouldn't close properly. Other than that to be fair the room was clean and comfortable

"very nice room on 6th floor"
feabernard, 01 Janvier 2018

Nice hotel, clean, quiet and conveniently located. Renovated rooms are great. Love the 6th floor :) Nice breakfast, excellent staff. parking not too far. Only wish the wifi was improved (reconnecting was trouble some)

"Great hotel awful neighbourhood"
Keroulos Y, 30 Décembre 2017

Hotel rooms are small but cozy. Very clean as well. Cassandra in the front desk made the experience for us much more enjoyable. She was very positive, upbeat and extremely kind. She explained everything to us and answered all our questions with the upmost professionalism as well as clearness. For anyone attending an event in Wembley stadium that is the hotel for you. However, the neighbourhood is very busy with residents. Tons of traffic, the restaurants in the area also lack cleanliness. I've got severe food poisoning from the Indian restaurant " Lahori Zaika Restaurant" next door so be careful eating in that area. Our room lacked windows which was little let down but no big deal. Overall, great hotel not a very well suited location.

"Good stay, bad breakfast"
Keith B, 22 Décembre 2017

As always, if you get a room for less than £50, it's brilliant value for money. Suits me fine when I'm working in the area even without a window. What really annoyed me this time though was there was no hot buffet at breakfast, I hope this is a 'one off'.

"Not bad.."
HolidayAddict17, 19 Décembre 2017

I stayed here with my partner for 1 night. Clean and modern room which I really liked, good shower and nice bathroom size and facilities. Spacious and newly furnished. The bed was comfortable and decent nights sleep. Only critiscism I have is check out is 11am which isn't ideal - and for later checkout is extra £10 an hour which isnt really worth it! Overall for the price it's good for a basic hotel and for a short stay. Location wise isnt the best but plenty of restaurants around.

"Fairly Basic"
kessa1957, 18 Décembre 2017

Clean tidy hotel food not good and very expensive bar prices. Room bright and functional. The location was in a very busy street and exterior noise was fairly high throughout the night. Breakfast was fairly basic and not of a very high quality much better to be found at nearby chain pub.

"very nice"
Loukas K, 15 Décembre 2017

Nice comfortable room, very clean, renovated - nice decor, very friendly and helpful staff, nice furniture and big TV. Although some rooms have no windows and parking sometimes is a problem, everything else great, excellent value for money. Very good job, thank you

"If there was not a very bad smell from the sing, i would have rated it Very Good because of the location."
Michalakis-cy, 13 Décembre 2017

We had to watch a football match at Wembley stadium, so we have chosen this hotel. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk to the stadium and there are restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very limited. The bed was ok, but there was not a hot water when taking a shower. We could not sleep as a very bad smell was coming from the sing. The room was already smelly as soon as we step in, but at night it was unbearable. On the check out the receptionist who was also Greek was very kind and helpful and he apologized. He noted our complain.

"A Great Nights Stay"
Bettyboop809, 03 Décembre 2017

We stayed here for 1 night, in October, as we were going, for a night out in the area. The hotel is around a 7 minutes walk from Wembley Central Station. ( Turn Right coming out the station and keep walking straight ahead) . There are shops, restaurants in the local area and public bus services that can take you around the City. The hotel, is modern, we had a twin room and it was good space for two people, the room had a themed wall design( Freddy Mercury/Queen) It brings a great touch to the room. The beds were great and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Our only annoyance, was on arrival the request on arrival for identification and £30 deposit, for a room that was already prepaid. Despite that if were going out in the area again, we would look to stay here.

"SSE arena trip"
mandj17, 26 Novembre 2017

Stayed here for one night as a stopover for a concert at the SSE arena and the hotel served well for this purpose. It is ideally located for the stadium/arena and the hotel itself was decorated to a high standard, with immaculately clean rooms and public areas. This was slightly let down by the inanimate and in some cases, miserable staff working at the desk. Unfortunately we also asked for an ironing board and an iron; these were delivered promptly to our room only to find the ironing board only had one leg. Instead of assisting us and finding a replacement, the receptionist laughed in our face and despite waiting in our room, no ironing board arrived. We paid for a reduced rate room without a window, so the room was underground which was a bit claustrophobic and the room was very small. However for the value and what we needed it for, this newly refurbished hotel served it's purpose well.

"Not going to be let down!"
devilluke, 20 Novembre 2017

Only stayed one night. Clean, great beds and great useful apliences. Only 10 Min walk from Wembley stadium and train station also lots of resterants and pubs on the same road. Staff was helpful very friendly.

"London nov 17"
Hayden F, 18 Novembre 2017

What an excellent hotel. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Rooms were an average size but it's decor was lovely. We had curtains etc themed on the f.a cup and wembley stadium( apparently all rooms are different) . The bed was very comfy and the air con was also easy to manage as i hate hot hotel rooms. Kettle tea/coffee making facilities were a must and i was not disappointed :) . Bathroom was a nice size as was the shower. Did not have breakfast there ( as we're weatherspoon hunters, and there's one close by) , so cannot comment on that , but im sure it was nice, There are plenty of high street shops about and it's about a 5-10 walk from wembley central tube. p.s we stayed at the 'moxy' in stratford for our second night.....they should come here and see how a hotel should be.

"england"
Michael W, 11 Novembre 2017

my mate booked us in here for the England Germany game. cheapest around .sure it was 110 pounds . all the others around novotel, holiday inn. Hilton wembleys were touching two hundred quid a night for this one night ,talk about ripping people off . their all half the price next week same night. saying that its even cheaper next week in this hotel. guess its common practice. but hey for the price .glad we stayed here . polite staff , the hotel was tidy clean . hotel bed comfy , did my usual pull back the sheets in day light , no stains, no pubes in the bathroom . . a few beers after the game in the bar .decided to have breakfast rather then use the many cafes around . nice enough breakfast . no complaints from me .if i stop over for a game again this will be our pick . rather then look at twice the price other hotels. when this hotel is pretty good and cheaper

"Location Location Location.......................so close to Wembley Stadium"
spurs12, 08 Novembre 2017

Stayed for one night in this really nice, brand new hotel. We arrived and were greeted by a really nice man on reception, unfortunately he did not have a name badge so I can't say who he was. Our room was ready, we got the keys and on arrival at the room we discovered the builders were not finished in the room. I went back to reception, informed them and they immediately moved us to another room, accompanied us to the room and offered us a drink for the inconvenience, a very nice touch I thought. The room was really nice, well decorated and very spacious. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on the food. There is a restaurant which serves pizza also. We got the tube to Wembley Central and the hotel is about a 3 minute walk from there and the stadium is about another 5 minutes further on. Overall a great stay, a lovely hotel but most of all the staff were just amazing, really a credit to the hotel. Will be staying again before Spurs move back to White Hart Lane!!!

"Excellent place "
Lovinmambo, 08 Novembre 2017

First visit to the very new Best western ( be warned small amount of building work is still been carried out but it isn't a issue) Location is good around 5 minutes walk from Wembley Central underground station which is on the bakerloo line you can be in the centre of London in less than half an hour Surrounding area of hotel has lots of shops and eateries and generally felt safe The hotel room was on the small side but adequate for our needs spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and nice modern decor Tea and coffee making facilities were provided as were toiletries Breakfast was a good choice served buffet style and was piping hot which makes a change when eating from a buffet Will definitely stay again Tracey Ann on reception was extremely helpful with our travel plans looking online for the best route to take to the theatre for our show that evening and was very informative about the hotel facilities too

"Ideal for Wembley Stadium"
Allan S, 06 Novembre 2017

Very friendly and helpful staff.Room was ideal for an overnight stay, did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again next time I am in Wembley.

"Just stopped in for a beer and and a pizza - excellent"
gerkelly1225, 02 Novembre 2017

While recently attending a major event in Wembley Stadium myself and my wife stopped into the Best Western Plus in Wembley just to have a beer and something to eat. The premises looked new, clean and inviting from the outside. Upon entering the lobby area it was extremely busy but we asked if it was ok just to have a drink and some food in the restaurant. The well dressed gentleman behind the reception desk said absolutely no problem and escorted myself and my wife to a table in the restaurant. Our waiter attended to us immediately as we ordered 2 beers and a freshly cooked pizza. The pizza oven is in open view and the chef makes the pizzas fresh when ordered. We had the 'Indiana' pizza. It was delicious, one of the best pizzas we ever tasted, definitely recommend it! The gentleman who brought us into the restaurant even found time to come over and asked if everything was satisfactory. We found out as we left the hotel that his name was Rajan and he was the general manager of the hotel. Although the lobby area and bar were very busy all the staff were friendly and talkative. So I would like to say thank you and well done to Rajan and his staff, we will definitely return and possibly even stay overnight on our next visit to Wembley.

"EXCELLENT CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOT"
Gill_110, 27 Octobre 2017

Stayed at this hotel recently for a few nights. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with huge shower and even body lotion available. Breakfast was varies and delicious with a range of cakes, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bread cereals and a small but sufficient cooked selection. The only downfall was that most of the Front of House Staff were miserable with not even a smile for new guests. A bit of friendliness would have gone a long way. However, the exception 's Casandra who's so happy and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

"Room not that good but staff are freindly and easy to talk to"
sam w, 27 Octobre 2017

Rooms are modern and when i first got there my room was dirty. The staff where happy to change my room and had a smile on their face when doing so. The staff are quite young but they did provide good customer service and overall where fine. Next time there needs to be a better maid cleaning service!!

"Some positives, some negatives...weigh it up"
fivebluesheep, 25 Octobre 2017

Firstly I must say that I am absolutely exhausted as I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed. If you like firm beds, you know the kind, the ones where you feel like sleeping on solid floor might be more supportive, then the beds here will be right up your street. I am also tired due to being woken up early because they are still completing the building process (something I was not made aware of). They were sawing, drilling and hammering in the room next door to mine and by 1130am, I had had enough. This leads to the positives...I went downstairs to ask for a room transfer and they were more than happy to help with this (not that they had a leg to stand on as both myself and the member of staff were having to shout at each other in order to be heard over the workmen). They moved me to the top floor and to the opposite side to the work that was going on. It was also a room with two single beds so they offered to sort this as my convenience as I had explained I was working in my room, hence the complaint about the noise. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the overground and underground services, and is a stones throw away from Wembley Stadium. There is also a wide range of eating and drinking establishments surrounding the hotel. The interior is sports themed and very modern. It is also a very clean hotel with friendly staff.

"good hotel if you are going to football game at wembley"
magnus93, 25 Octobre 2017

This hotel is not close to downtown London so it will take you long time to go there, this hotel is good if you are going to football game at Wembley and that is the reason way i book that hotel. The staff at the night shift was not good, not much smile. and thee room whose good but it was not good that the window could not be opened

"Nice Hotel in Wembly"
Veeru P, 24 Octobre 2017

Close to Wembly Central underground station and to Wembly Stadium.Newer Hotel with very helpful staff all over the Hotel.our 3 day stay was very pleasant and it was the staff that made it happen.Hotel has free WiFi which took time connecting to, since it does not work with just a password. loved the breakfast, decent spread and upon asking the kitchen made us very nice Omelettes.receptionist ordered us very reasonably priced Taxis. Rooms a little small if you have big luggage but we managed.

"Good Hotel for short stay"
Noel S, 24 Octobre 2017

Stayed here for a couple of night as we were over to watch a Spurs game at Wembley. I found the staff friendly. Rooms were fine comfortable twin beds good big television. A bit of a bad smell in bathroom but not too bad. In saying that the bathroom was clean as was the room. Breakfast was continental first morning which was ok. Second morning there was also scrambled eggs bacon beans and hash brown available. Not sure why the difference. Only down side was the beer. It was Heniken beer but tasted awful and at £4.50 a pint was a bit steep. One pint was enough and we went elsewhere which was not a problem. Over all we enjoyed our stay the room was warm and clean and we got enough at breakfast. I would stay again. Ps You have to lodge £30 on arrival in case you buy meals etc and don't pay but you get this back when you leave if you have not bought anything extra or paid in cash as we did.

"clean, comfy but terrible breakfast"
april2774, 24 Octobre 2017

Front desk were helpful when I was unable to get into my room. Room was lovely and clean if a little cramped. The huge let down was breakfast which was a very meagre affair of just bacon, eggs, beans, sausages and toast in terms of a hot buffet) and the quality was less than great. They also tried to charge me twice as I paid when i went in for breakfast and the same person tried to charge me at check out. also on booking I was told that the car park was operational, on arrival, it wasn't.

"Don't book for wembley stadium events"
PinkyPinkyPinkyPinky, 10 Octobre 2017

Booked this hotel as seemed to be a few mins walk from the stadium when I booked it. In fairness its not that far, probably 15 min walk but we were hoping for a leisurely time at the hotel having a drink before the NFL American football. No chance! The bar was closed but they eventually allowed us to have a drink which had to be taken to our room- we drank it in the corridor off the main reception then headed off to the stadium as the whole place stank of bleach! Nice to be clean but it stank and almost made our eyes water. Also, even when they did say we could get a drink all the draft taps were out of order and had limited bottled choices. Room was ok but definitely won't be booking here again. Will book the ibis as that was buzzing and nearer the stadium as opposed to this place which was dead. We also stayed at the Accor hotel right on Wembley way a few months back and would definitely stay there again but was quite a bit more expensive. Don't bother with this place unless really desperate. It wasn't cheap either £152 without the breakfast. We didn't bother with the breakfast as was pleased to leave!

"Customer Care Not Existent!"
dannyetape09, 05 Octobre 2017

Arriving at the hotel i was informed that I could not stay as I did not have a passport. This is a first for me in the UK. I then asked for VAT receipt after payment and was informed that this not could be provided until the morning.Having negotiated this the attitude if the Manager can best be described as unhelpful! Hotel was clean and modern but the staff need to attend a customer care course

"Good Value 3.5/5"
Alison G, 02 Octobre 2017

The hotel was easy to find, a short distance from Wembley Central Tube Station. The service was very good. The room was small, but clean and held the essentials including Wi-Fi. There was no iron in the room but reception promptly provided me with one when asked. Although I spent very little time in the room, as I was out all day. There were two main issues with hotel. The first being that there is no lift directly to the rooms in basement and as I had luggage it was a pain that I had to carry my luggage up one floor. The second issue was, there was no windows in the room. I would stay again, but just for one night when I had no luggage.

"Perfect for one night"
Martyn B, 02 Octobre 2017

Stayed for one night after an event at Wembley and the hotel was perfect for that. We had a -3 level room which had no windows which was a little odd. Hotel seems very new so some little bits still need sorting. Was a little issue as they had 1 room booked for us but was soon sorted. Rooms are compact but perfect for 1 night. Would be back.

"Disapointed"
John H, 01 Octobre 2017

Fabulous staff in a pristine brand new hotel, it even had the plastic shrink wrap on the carpets. Check in was faultless, we asked about transport, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless , with a "queen" theme. Wonderful bathroom. One point let it down, sealed windows, left us claustrophobic and very dry after a few hours. My partners work has her up until 3 am most days and she is seldom up before 10. My work starts at 6 am, so I was up and out for a walk at 6.30. On my return at 7am, she was up and ready to leave!!!!! No natural fresh air.

"One Night Stay for Business"
973lambert18, 28 Septembre 2017

Stayed here for one evening for business. The room was spacious and clean and the restaurant was excellent, I had a caprese salad followed by a pizza and both were delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful plus check in/out was quick and easy.

"2 night stay..more than happy"
Rich S, 22 Septembre 2017

Stayed for 2 nights, fri to sun for game at Wembley, very convenient, was in level -1 knew there was building work going on,but other than the odd bang and voices in hallway nothing that would stop me from staying here again...very pleasant staff

"My one night stay "
Junaelle M, 21 Septembre 2017

Last weekend I planned a last minute get away for the night with a friend we decided to stay at the best western in Wembley as it was local for us and good price the hotel was lovely nice rooms small but nice bathroom was good to and the night staff was very friendly to I would recommend this hotel as right on Wembley high close to the Wembley shopping outlet and Wembley stadium and very good links into central london if you want a short stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone :)

"Best Western Wembly"
AndyM1973, 21 Septembre 2017

Extremely impressed by how quiet the hotel was and the menu. The hotel is only recently opened so all the room facilities were of a modern standard. The option of express check in/out is really useful

"Perfect"
Stephen C, 20 Septembre 2017

Stayed here having been to Wembley for the Spurs v Swansea game. Everything from start to finish of our visit was perfect. The Hotel is in a perfect location for those visiting the Stadium or Arena and given what others in the area where changing for a nights stay, the price we paid was superb value for money. The room we had (with no window) was the perfect size, the bathroom esp the power shower was ideal. Both were super clean and tidy. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and check in & out was super slick I would have no hesitations in booking here again 5 Stars

"Mr horsfield/hardcastle"
Graham H, 20 Septembre 2017

Hotel new and rooms we stayed in only partially open .workmen still working and some rooms with open doors used as storage rooms. The main concern to me was Breakfast charged extra.Catering more for overseas visitors with continal breakfast. The English breakfast was in a 3 pan water heated Bain Marie which considered of scrabbed egg bacon sausage. All three items warm not hot which does bring up a health and highgine problems. Surely this company spending so much can go to provide a full catering hot plate . ???

"Average"
steveblakesley, 17 Septembre 2017

PERFECT for the stadium , clean rooms , a little small , nice large shower , pleasant staff although I do not see the point in taking a £30 refundable deposit and then not checking the room for damage , all rather strange , of course it still takes a few days to get back to your account ,nice reception area and bar , Just down the road is JJ Moons (wetherspoons) get place to have breakfast for £3,99 its fine for a one night stay

"Great staff - brand new hotel"
Sarah123458, 11 Septembre 2017

The Best Western Wembly was incredible value for money for us, South Africans, traveling abroad. The surprise of a free breakfast offer, for all online bookings, they are running made for an even more enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - I must commend the reception staff and the breakfast host. Some staff appear to be new but this did not hold them back from offering great service and willingness to be of assistance. With the choice of two stations (Bakerloo and Jubilee lines) a short walk away - you are perfectly positioned to explore the city at a fraction of what you would pay to stay in Central London. There are plenty food options around the hotel and the Nandos across the road made us feel right at home. It's worth the short walk to the nicer restaurants and designer outlet just up the road at Wembley Station. The hotel was only competed in October last year so the rooms are brand new with linen and amenities to match. The decor is modern and simple with a quirky touch of each room themed to an event hosted at Wembly Stadium. The hotel advises ahead of time that the parking is still under construction, we did not have any disruption or sign of this except for the handful of friendly workmen in the lift occasionally. It appears the rates are cheaper in the week and when there are no events at Wembly Stadium. We would visit The Best Western Wembley again for sure!

"Really disappointing, then a little better."
Richard G, 10 Septembre 2017

I checked in late on the night of Tuesday 5th September, and was looking forward to a comfortable stay in what was supposedly a 4* hotel, and received something below par. Check in was the worst i've experienced at any hotel. I'm sorry, but the man behind the desk was cold and seemed genuinely unhappy, demanding a £30 deposit for 'any damage you may do to the hotel' which was never disclosed in my booking and considering that someone else was checking in next to me without a peep about this damage deposit, it was somewhat insulting at face value. The lift for some reason had a load of tape on the floor, with the other one being broken, which was shoddy at best. However, the room was actually quite decent. It was modern, it had all the facilities one would expect, and I slept perfectly well. The location was excellent considering I had to be up at 4am, and checkout was actually completely different in that the woman made eye contact and smiled, being genuinely interested in my experience at the hotel. I'd really not come back, but it was still a decent enough stay for £59, poor initial service excepted.

"Great stay for Wembley occasions"
MIchalR9543IW, 08 Septembre 2017

Great staff. Very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean, however bit of dust were found under my bed. Big screen tv and very good bathroom. Wembley is 5 mins of walk. How beautiful. Pint of beer for £5 served in plastic cups? Terrible for me. Breakfast (Full English Breakfast) for £5 and got cold beans and no beacon? Silly.

"Modern but......"
Teralia1952, 04 Septembre 2017

Spent 3 nights here in a modern and well designed room but the bar and restaurant areas need some work. It's a recently opened place on the Wembley High Road that is still learning how to provide the service you would expect. Staff are very pleasant but it lacks cohesion with no real team feel. The night I gave the dining facilities a go revealed a limited menu and the meal I ordered wasn't available so I ate elsewhere. It has potential.

"Last minute booking"
OldBrist0lian, 21 Août 2017

This hotel is new and very friendly. My last minute booking (disappointed with another booking elsewhere) was greeted by very friendly staff who helped me check in without dramas. My room was very comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this hotel but please don`t tell everyone !!

"Visit to best western best time ever!!"
Peter J, 17 Août 2017

My time at this hotel was the best my wife booked this by suprise it was one of the best times of my life. The two gentlemen behind the reception were great and so welcoming. The stay there was great comfortable beds but shame that they never had any parking

"Disappointing "
Mandy W, 12 Août 2017

My partner and I stayed here end of July. We appreciated it was a new hotel however on arrival we found no toilet roll in the room. There wasn't even a toilet roll holder. I raised with reception who sent some up to the room however it had to be placed on and around the sink, not ideal. There were two lights, one either side of the bed none of which worked. The tv offers BBC I player, netflix again you just get error messages. It wasn't particularly cheap so I expected better. I sent not one but two emails to the hotel and haven't even had the courtesy of a response which I think is appalling. Clearly our room was not ready to take guests. Lots of tweaking needed.

"Horrible overnight stay"
Seanbrady49, 23 Juillet 2017

Stayed here for one night and I have to say it's the worst hotel I've stayed in! No car park first off and had to pay for parking 5 mins walk away, the beds were poor and would have been more comfortable sleeping in rocks!! As for the breakfast, well they wanted to charge us extra first off even though it was paid for and when the breakfast did come it was cold and barely edible. Will not be returning here again !

"Over priced and tiny"
browniecookie, 20 Juillet 2017

Booked at short notice due to attending concert at Wembley. Overpriced ( probably due to concert). Tiny room, basic but clean. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. Had only recently been refurbished and smelled 'new'. Construction going on, was not informed before I arrived but was told upon checking in! Although didn't hear anything during my stay. Was ok for one night but would not return.

"Very Good Hotel"
134alvinn, 12 Juillet 2017

I stayed for 2 nights, Saturday & Sunday night; I enjoyed my stay, a very clean hotel & located right next to Wembley Central. I've always wanted to find a reasonably priced hotel to stay in London for a weekend and I think I've found one. As I travel to London quite often, I think I will definitely be coming back here. Hotel staff were very nice and attentive; I had a last minute request to change the room I'd booked and even though the hotel was fully booked they managed to cater for my request. Overall, very good hotel.

"Good hotel."
Claudia-0505, 02 Juillet 2017

We stayed one night. Hotel is new or recently renovated - rooms are light, airy and modern. Bathroom is good - good shower with good water pressure. Hairdryer is rubbish - old fashioned dryers stuck on the wall of the bathroom that are not effective. Good location - close to Wembley Central tube station and to Wembley Stadium which was important to us.

"Great Location, but overpriced for room size"
Michelle G, 02 Juillet 2017

We stayed the night of ELO's gig at Wembley and the hotel is in a great location for that. The first impressions are really nice refurb underway but the room we stayed was very small and we couldn't get round the bed if sat at the desk. The biggest "New Design fault" is the curtains & window, the concrete window ledge sticks out 6 inches into the room which means the nets and the curtains are well away from the wall. They only go along the front of the window not the side ! At 10pm I was conscious that people could see me getting into bed as I could see three houses from the side of the window. At 4am the daylight was entering the room from the said side of the window ledge which was now right in my eyes as lay in bed. Breakfast the next morning was also a disaster, we waited for 10 mins to be seated and then seated ourselves because no one came. There was a lack of staff...no coffee cups, no plates, no croissant, no bread to toast, no ham left, broken cornflake dispensary. The coffee machine is a nespresso machine which I had never used before so I only got half a cup in the paper cup I found for juice.! The catering staff were hardly seen and many people had to keep going to the kitchen to ask for things. When we eventually popped our head into the kitchen to ask for 2 breakfast we came back to our table and our cutlery had been taken (probably by other guests who could find none). The area which breakfast is served is small so when 6 tables of 4 all get up to get coffee etc there is no room to stand get what you want. There are no menus in the rooms about breakfast and if I had of known I would have ordered breakfast in my room. This is an expensive hotel and think it's only expensive due to its location not interior or facilities. I would rate it 3star

"Worst Western"
Georgia N, 29 Juin 2017

Checked in at 4pm to a room covered in plaster dust. A member of staff walked in and instead of apologising, giggled to her co-worker and walked out. Moved rooms rooms due to dust to a room where the curtains didn't cover the whole window. Someone came up at midnight to change the curtains. The doors didn't shut properly so they constantly beeped. We were woken up at 8am by builders on the roof/scaffolding outside the window (pictured). Thought we were in an earthquake, the buildings works were so loud. Complained about this but were told there was a warning on the booking website, was tiny in the fine print - the manager, Rajan, implied it was our fault and refused to offer a full refund. The kind lady behind the desk offered us a free breakfast but the works were so loud in the kitchen that this was off the cards too. Paid £265 for a terrible nights sleep, bad staff, an unfinished hotel, unacceptable rooms and not even in central London - on a Wednesday night. They eventually gave us a 25% refund. Worst £200 ever spent.

"An oasis of calm"
C D, 25 Juin 2017

We stayed here for 2 nights having travelled up from Devon for the ELO concert at Wembley Stadium. The hotel is very comfortable and has a friendly, calm atmosphere. The Management and staff were very approachable and gave excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for these reasons and for the fact that it is so near to the stadium.

"They saved the day "
sarah m, 25 Juin 2017

This hotel came to the rescue when another hotel let me down and it was a big concert night elo. If it wasn't for this hotel don't know where we would have slept this to me is a 5 star plus hotel in my eyes. Super customer service rooms were amazing clean and comfortable will definitely book again they couldn't do enough for me thanks again everything because to me u saved the day
