Best Western Kensington Olympia Hotel

If you want somewhere where you only want a bed with a toilet / shower this will do, nothing else much on offer, rooms are small and many with single beds, no breakfast opportunity and the most it offers is an outside area to have a fag, not great if you are on the ground floor bedroom in the summer next to it seeing as you have no choice but to open the window (no air con) and have a waft of smoke and talking through the night.

Room too small for the price. No "room and breakfast" because breakfast is not available in site. With the bed in the middle, you need to jump in order to reach the other side. Change of sheets must be asked every time. No seats in the lobby. Lift and bathroom are OK.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.The most dirty and unhygienic hotel(poorly maintained ).There are a lot of broken things(window,mirror,furniture).Mattresses are stained,the carpets are full of dust. Etc.Very expensive!WHY? -_-

Stayed here for two nights and to be honest that is about the longest stay I would recommend. On the plus side bedding and towels are clean: you can leave your baggage and it is in a relatively handy location. We were in a very small double room which just about had the bare essentials albeit crammed in. The bathroom was not up to standard with dirty cracked tiles and a very small sink which made filling the kettle a feat in itself. At the end of the day you get what you pay for therefore can't complain too much.

Stayed for 6 nights whilst away with work and it was not enjoyable. Four of us shared a room that was clearly originally meant for 2. This hotel has basically crammed as many beds into one room as possible. It was almost impossible for us to move around the room. The shower was awful, it didn't drain properly so whilst showering you were stood in a puddle of water which also ended up all over the floor. There were few plug sockets and only one mirror. There were marks on the walls and ceilings as well as on the carpet. The net curtains I'm sure were white once upon a time but now a nasty brown and the room has no fan or air con so it was almost impossible to sleep because of the heat even with windows open. Also WiFi was terrible and barely ever worked. The only positive I have of the stay is the staff- the few guys I spoke to on reception were always polite and helpful.
