    « No curry here! »

Extremely clean and fresh! We had just stayed at the Gaylord Texan, paying twice as much and the rioms were not as nice as these. Front desk clerks were a great first impression! We have never just sat in bed to watch the news with coffee but we didnt want to rush from the hospitality!

    « Poor customer service »

The grounds and the room are nice enough, but the customer service was seriously lacking. Upon check in I wasn't even acknowledged for several minutes. The man didn't seem thrilled to be helping me and had the t.v. alarmingly loud. We are a family of four and the room only had 2 towels so when I asked for more the next night, since our room hadn't been cleaned, the young girl told me she didn't have enough available. Also the fact that they only had one washer and dryer was pretty inconvenient. All in all for the price we paid, I wish we would have stayed somewhere nicer.

    « Relaxing »

Awesome place to stay at this property, people are nice and are very good to attend you keep it up very nice. Thanks for a very very nice stay. I'm always on the road working on cell phone towers so I'll be seeing you.

    « great little hotel »

1st visit and would definitely stay again. Very comfortable bed and we were close to everything. Checking in and out was an ease, with friendly staff. Glad that this hotel was referred to us by family.

    « Nice clean hotel »

Had a good night's sleep and a great complimentary breakfast at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was helpful when we checked in very late at night with no reservations. This hotel is very near Lake Livingston State Park. I would stay here again.

« "The maids are doing their job; customer service, meh. »

Very clean and tidy hotel, stocked vending. Young Megan at the front is very kind but the lady in the morning just couldn't manage to say 'have a nice day' or 'thank you' so she kind of started my day out bad in the morning. I don't know why breakfast was completely put away at exactly nine on Saturday, Boo on customer service which is always a trickle down effect. When the manager is fabulous and friendly, so is staff. I like when the management actually wants their guests to have a good experience beyond check-in money time.

Bed was broken, had to move to smoking room. Room had paper cup lid on window full of cigarette butt and ashes. Building smelled of sewer and urine. Manager is rude and has no pride in job or place of employment.

    « Good enough »

We stayed here for one night while passing through this area. This hotel is conveniently located as it is just off of the expressway. Nothing extraordinary but was decent. Free full breakfast, free WiFi in public areas, and free self-parking are also provided. Other amenities include a 24-hour business center, laundry facilities, and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel was clean but the elevators smelled like smoke. It's not good or bad; it just is what it is.

    « another great stay »

This is a great Best Western in Livingston. Staff are super nice, the rooms are clean, beds comfy and nice size. They also have a great fitness room & large outdoor pool. The location is good, in Livingston off 59 on southbound service road.

    « Labor Day vacation »

The hotel was very clean and the room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. Sue and Megan were very nice to deal with. Breakfast area was a bit cramped due to lack of tables and trhe hotel was full but I would stay there again.

    « Good concerns »

Overall the hotel was clean and was a good stay. However, the computer system was down and the staff had to make copies of my credit card and ID for processing later. I was a little uneasy with that because I could see laying out open on the counter the copies of everyone else's credit card and ID. Plus, the counter staff would walk away leaving this info unattended. Everyone was friendly, but I felt there was a lack of security with guest information.

« Wonderful for business travel »

Stayed here 4 nights a week for 3 weeks due to working in the area. The room was super quiet, clean, comfortable and everything worked fine. Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. I enjoyed it so much I am staying there again starting this week.

    « Excellent »

A great place to stay. Folks at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was very clean. Believe it or not, everything worked well. Did not eat breakfast but they had. Well prepared and noticed it was kept up by attendant. Very clean with tables kept clean. Look forward to a return trip to area and will stay at this location.

    « Nice Stay! »

The staff were very sweet and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable! We loved the service, reasonable price, and hot breakfast! :) We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again!! I would recommend this hotel to stay in!

« Very comfortable and pleasant stay »

The building, lobby, breakfast area, fitness room, pool, and rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. We rested very comfortably on our multi-day, multi-state driving trip. (That is all I have to say even though I am required to write a minimum of 200 characters.)

    « Excellent Value »

This hotel chain is consistent in their quality and amenities. Their rooms are clean and neat and offer easy to use extras like a generous refrigerator. Liked the fitness center as it offered more than one way to work out. Moderate price for a great clean bed. We will stay here again.

« Nice place in Livingston »

Great location. Smiling faces, good breakfast, good pool and hot tub. Only argument, is that there are smoking and non-smoking floors. We stayed on a non-smoking floor, but you can still smell the residual smoke from other rooms.

    « Friendly and clean »

Planned to stay two nights for son's wedding, but due to car rental problem had to stay a third night. Room was clean and comfortable; breakfast smelled good and tasted great (although it was the same each day). Staff were friendly and personable. Pointed out two large turtles in their water fountain. Checkout followed Houston's flooding with flash flood warnings all day. Staff were extremely helpful with our search for a safe alternate route. Top notch stay.

« Very clean hotel with friendly staff »

The desk staff person was very friendly and provided an excellent dinner recommendation. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, a storm blew out electricity in the whole city so we did not get to try the complementary breakfast.

    « Jim from Galveston »

Great travel option! Good amenities for the price paid. Central location is convenient to all local area attractions. Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Good clean rooms at a reasonable price.

...great experience overall, quiet, good breakfast. my room was conveniently located. the staff were very friendly. the hot water wasn't hot enough and the bedding and pillows were uncomfortable...polyester blend...icky!

« Nice hotel and GREAT service! »

We stayed here in March 2016 with our two teenage kids and our dog for one night. The check-in process was easy and the employee friendly. They don't charge ridiculous pet fees and deposits and are very pet friendly. The lobby was large and clean. The free continental breakfast was in a room that was too small and people were standing and eating. The breakfast selection was good and the food warm and fresh. There is a pool with an attached hot tub outside. The hotel grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. We stayed in a two queen bed room. The room had a flat screen TV, a quiet air conditioner, a chair, a desk with chair and small refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The room had free wireless internet. The bathroom was roomy, the towels were soft and no issues with the hot water. Overall, the room was clean and odor free. The day we checked out was Easter. Checkout is normally 11am. We asked if it was okay to checkout a little later so we could meet our friends at their church for Easter service at 10 and which was 30 minutes away. The staff was kind enough to let us check out at 1pm and that really helped us out! We will be travelling here a few times a year now and will definitely be staying here.

    « Nice place. »

Front desk was helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Also had complementary bottled water all day. Room was spacious and clean. Micro wave, fridge, tv, hair drier, etc. Hotel is conviently located near freeway and restaurants. It was quiet at night. Thank you.

« Great hotel and people »

We stayed here for one night while we were traveling. Ms. Pat at the front desk checked us in and she was great. The room was VERY nice and extremely clean. We asked the girl at the desk for a place to eat and she recommended a catfish place that was nearby and it was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

« I do not recommend this hotel »

We requested extra towels that we never received. The bathroom light was out and we requested them to replace the bulb so we could see... it was never taken care of and when we went back to the hotel after dinner, there were no parking spaces available anywhere. We had to literally make a place to park.

    « Excellent stay! »

Great place to stay and the employees were wonderful! Everything was neat and clean. The grounds were also very attractive. We loved the fountain with the turtles. I will definitely be staying there next year when we go.

« Comfy bed and well appointed room. »

Got room for $43 on Priceline (2.5* hotel). Friendly staff. Room was well appointed and very roomy. HDTV will good channel selection. Both mircowave and mircofridge. Free wifi and a business center on the first floor. Free breakfast include eggs & sausage and a waffle maker. No problem staying at this property in the future.

    « Very nice »

This hotel is located in a town that has nothing to do and in the middle of no where so one would expect a not so great place to stay but that is not the case. The hotel is well maintained with a large staff that works very hard to kepp the place up. Traveling with work can be hard but after nearly 7 weeks in the hotel we felt like family with all the staffand while all were great I'd like to give a special thanks to JoLynn who is was a great pleasure to talk and joke with during her evening shifts. Thanks to all of you at the Livingston Best Western! We enjoyed the stay!

    « Great stay »

Very beautiful building . Check in was done in like 30 sec...Room was. Spotless. Wi fi worked great. Well worth the stay. Big screen TV. Had lots to choose from for breakfast. Ample parking, well lit parking lot. Many restaurants closed by , great hotel would diff stay again. Thanks for a great sleep best western

« Great experience for the money »

« End of day of bugRIGHT sales »

This Best Western Plus is not as nice and clean as the regular Best Westerns we stay at most of the time. The bed skirt has dried food on it, which indicates it hasn't been washed in awhile. The mattress doesn't have an enclosed cover. The badly tattered mattress cover is dirty. The desk chair has stains. No ice bucket liner or luggage stand. Night stand is dirty. We have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns and have never been in one that is this dirty. We will not stay at this one again. Mary at the front desk was very nice.

    « Best Western - Livingston »

Nice motel for overnight stop. Good price and nice room. Good breakfast.. Would stay here again. There were multiple different wedding parties staying at the motel, but all got along together famously. Convenient to US-59 - easy on, easy off.

    « Always a great place »

We have stayed at this Best Western Many times. Its always a great place to stay, very kind employees, the only problem we had this time was a lil odor in our room, and the internet didn't work very well, other than that nothing horribly wrong, we will def stay again,

    « Livingston - Nice Best Western »

This is a great hotel for Livingston. The staff are super nice, the beds are comfy, the rooms are clean. They also have hot coffee! The only drawback to this location, which I have found is the case with almost every hotel in Livingston is the access. Since most of the hotels are located on service road of Hwy 59, you almost always have to loop around regardless of where you stay. But this hotel is worth it! Quiet and very nice.

    « GREAT »

I stay at this location all the time, at lest twice a month. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are wonderful and rooms are clean. They also have good internet service. They have good breakfast.

« Warm and Comfortable Stay »

I was pleasantly surprised by the caring and friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and considerate. The check-in and check-out were a breeze. The coffee in the lobby was always fresh and enticing. The room was clean and the beds were wonderful. This will be my "go-to" hotel in the future.

    « love it »

I stay at the Bestwestern in Livingston Tx all the time at least twice a month. It is always very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.I like the breakfast and weight room.
