The internet did not work the entire time. The TV was an Roku so in order to watch TV I had to link it to my personal hotspot. Upon check in to our room there were literally roaches on the bedside tables. The a/c unit did not consistently blow cold air. The floors were sticky, both the carpet and the tile in the bathroom. The pillows were very small.
Customer service was great, sheets and pillow case where smelling good and clean the food was great. Everything went great and had a good nights rest. It was really quiet that's what I liked most about it, it was peaceful bathrooms where clean and yea best hotel in my opinion
I really enjoyed my stay stay there, I walked in, met this woman named Harley at the front desk, she was very polite and helped me pick with a room, once I got in the room, everything was neat and nice, would definitely go again and bring a friend 🥰❤️
Great place great service great price and an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff it's an older hotel but they go above and beyond. I cannot wait to come back here next time we are in the area. The price for the value is well worth it. We will be back again
Dangerous and scary. This BW is located in what has to be the toughest neighborhood in Little Rock. Caters to big rig drivers, whose trucks were parked all along the street. Two food pantires within a couple of blocks. Dive bars everywhere. I never saw the plasma donation center, but I am sure one was nearby. There was a mysterious large metal building across the street, with no windows and a door standing wide open (to the dark, dark interior) in 95-degree heat with disheveled-looking men going in and out. Salvation Army outpost? Bar? Flop house? Soup kitchen? Shooting gallery? It was so scary and unsettling, we never even went in (even though we had made a reservation). We went elsewhere. You should do the same.
It was less than $100 for the stay but the front desk attendant was surly at best. The room had not been well cleaned. The floor had not been vaccumed, there was hair and urine stains near the toilet. The faucet from the tub dripped and the faucet in the room seemed unseated.
My father and I stay here every 6 weeks while traveling from STL to HOU for his cancer treatment. The staff is always very nice, and the rooms have everything we need to keep us comfortable. They also locked in a very good rate for us.
The room smelled of strong dog urine and now my cats are infested with fleas whereas they didn't have any before. Manager came to the room and said she couldn't smell because she had a sinus infection but that she would make sure the carpets were cleaned the next day. That didn't help me one bit before I was only staying that one night. Never have I stayed in such a filthy room!
The entire staff was accommodating and made my stay very pleasant. Clean room, comfortable bed, and they even went the extra mile to make sure breakfast was ready 15 min prior to the set time so I could get to class with breakfast. Would stay here again.
This facility is in a great location, staff is always professional and helpful, food is always good and the facility is always clean.
I was disappointment in the changes that have taken place since the change of management. $100.00 deposit with a credit card seems unreasonable for loyalty member. The hotel has become outdated & I was told three different answers for questions concerning late check out. Also there is only one person working desk & breakfast. Most of the cleaning staff speak no English.
They are trying to switch over to using Roku. They do not have sufficient network bandwidth to use the product without excessive buffering. Like all Best Westerns, the "Business Center" is not operational.
The overall experience was far better than what I've had at higher priced hotel chains. I'll definitely be booking with this company in the future. I just wish I hadn't slept through my alarm and missed breakfast.
The manager Erica is amazing. Always accommodates us with a non bottom floor room. Quiet even though it is conveniently located just off interstate and few blocks from the main strip. The beds are soft and sleep well every time. Check out the yummy breakfast. Cheese omelets and real sausage with real flavor. Our preferred hotel every time we are in the Little Rock area.
From check in to check out this facility exceeded my expectations. I stay at this location several times a year and it is always a pleasure. It's clean, food is great and the staff are always a joy to work with.
This property has been upgraded/updated tremendously for the better! All employees are so welcoming and truly care to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is awesome and stays fully stocked with a variety of fresh hot foods, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit etc. Rooms are very clean and cozy!
We had stayed here a few years ago when it was under another name. Going through Little Rock this trip we decided to stay here again. As before, we were very happy with our stay. It was clean, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet and we slept very well. They had a great breakfast. While it is an older building, and some spots on the walls showed wear and age, t place is kept up nicely. We got the impression that with the change of ownership there is some updating and renovation being done. The price was a tad higher than we had hoped, but when you factor in the breakfast and what you will pay in a restaurant, it averages out fine. If we are going to be in the Little Rock area again for an overnight stay, this would be our first choice.
We come through LR several times a year and usually stay in Benton which is about 20 miles south, however, this time I picked the BW in LR partly due to the price. First let me say that the accommodations were very good and the breakfast are was spacious and the food was well presented. My only suggest is that they due a better job on orienting their employees on what is available in the area. I asked the young mam who checked us in if there were and restaurants in the area and he said only a McDonald's. What about a grocery store ? no grovery stores near by. When I got to our room I found the there was a Kroger's ahalf mile from the hotel and a Mexican Restaurant near McDonald's with a good TA rating
Wingate ate the best hotel you can find in the Little Rock area. The rooms are decorated nicely and net I love the costumer service every one made me feel welcome on my trip I will always chose this hotel to be my go to!!!!
We booked our room about 2 hours before we arrived. Seemed to be one of the better value hotels in the area that was clean. Easy check in and clean rooms. Our main draws a family with small kids, for an overnight stay, is cleanliness, free breakfast, and value. Breakfast was ok. Came down at 8:15 and there was eggs, sausage, milk/cereal, yogurt, breads, and couple bananas and apples. Toasters were out of order and so was pancake machine. Overall we would stay here again just a little disappointed in the breakfast.
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast buffet. Pet area was clean and spacious. Room was spacioujs. Hotel and hotel parking lot were secure. Front desk service representative was very professional, courteous and helpfu..
Clean room, comfortable beds and convenient location just off the interstate. This was our last stay on the way back to Fort Worth. Free hot breakfast was the worst we've ever had at a BW hotel so we opted for breakfast at McDonald's before heading home.
Recently renovated rooms were nice. Not so nice were the junked out cars parked in the parking lot, the full exterior garbage cans, the filthy exterior doors and hallways and elevators without AC. Spend 20 more dollars and stay elsewhere.
My friend stayed here to prepare for her surgery for her cancer with her mother who's in a wheelchair. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to help them. Exceptional service in a day when good customer service is hard to find! Highly recommend!!
This hotel was new inside. We were given a nice, clean room. We had plenty of hot water. Their Website and Expedia both said it has a pool. Yes, it has a pool but there is no water in it. We were looking forward to a swim since the heat index here today is 116!
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The air conditioner in our room didn't work. The attending staff was very apologetic and gave us a new room right away. Boths rooms were neat and clean. They also allow pets! The breakfast had a great variety of foods to choose from and the dining area was neat and clean too. We also liked the hotel's gym. :)
It was very clean and overall was a good experience. Had no problems with the internet. The location was good so had no problems finding it. Was able to get back on the road with ease without getting lost or anything.
The staff was very kind but the hotel was awful. It just had a renovation but you'd never know it. Sticky floors, smelt of marijuana, elevators reeked of urine, homeless people sleeping in the lobby, ripped carpet with tacks sticking out, roach in the breakfast area, someone shaved in the lobby bathroom sink, terrible area.
Really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is always clean. Staff is always top notch. The pool was closed but that has been the case for some time. Considering that a tornado passed by just a week of two before, performance was exceptional.
The beds where some comfy and clean it was awesome. The staff is the best in little rock ! Everything always works. No weird smells or bad showers. Everything feels clean and fresh. best hotel stay I have had in years
Enjoyed the stay. Place was clean and service was great. Pool was closed but hey, it was winter time! I did eat breakfast there and it was good and hot. I had waffles, eggs and bacon. Overall a real good experience. I enjoyed the stay
Awesome staff very nice also made accommodations for my disabled daughter so she didn't have to walk so far to a room so they put us up by the front desk so she didn't have to walk so far they treated us like family I would recommend them to anyone
The location was perfect just off the highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast service was really nice. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful in recommending where I could get dinner and another other service I might need for the night
This hotel has been redone. Still needs some work but clean and a friendly staff. Breakfast is good but come early so it's all hot. Beds are good, frig and microwave supplied and that makes it nice for a stay
Unfortunately breakfast was the most disappointing thing of all. All the food was there and looked very delicious and presentation and arrangement but it was not thoroughly cooked including the egg stuff sausage the biscuits everything was cold or still frozen on bottom
Per my Google review, the facility is in need of repairs and all shower curtains should be washed. Food was barely consumable. Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. If you simply wand a place to sleep it is ok
The room service did accidentally walk into our room , but it was an accident with the misreading of the room numbers. Everyone is suck darlings it warms my heart. I didn't try the food but heard that it was fantastic.
Best sleep I've ever had! Hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating! They absolutely go above and beyond for each and every guest that I've seen them interact with! Breakfast is great! Just ask for Jessie or Jenny or any of the Staff Members.
Horrible experience all together. Neighborhood was horrible. Sirens and noises all night. Room smelled of smoke and mildew. Bathrooms were filthy, toilet wobbled, and drains wouldn't drain. Bedding was full of cigarette burns.
Very friendly, helpful welcoming staff, especially the Manager Mr. Patel!! My husband and I are both handicapped and he had someone load the luggage in our car - it was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated! The motel was clean & comfortable and a good value for the reasonable rate.
Not a great area of the city. Room was dirty. We were disappointed as we felt we couldn't leave the room to go for dinner. We stayed in instead of having the opportunity to explore the city a bit. Bathroom has hair on the floor. We would never stay there again.
Facts are you get what you pay for. This hotel is not the most expensive hotel in the area. Please don't expect a 5 star treatment. But if you are looking for a convenient clean hotel, with a great breakfast provided with friendly hosts upon check-in and out as well as serving the breakfast buffet this is your spot.. Newly renovated.... Fitness center included. It is the best bang for the buck by far. The night (Gabby) and morning host (Rada) never let a smile leave from thier face. Just an overall warm and inviting environment. Please let me reiterate again that this establishment is CLEAN!!!! I had a great stay.... Would happily recommend to others and I will be back when I'm in town.
Excellent hotel. Everything worked. Everything was clean. Exceeded all expectations. Breakfast was just the perfect size. Had options that everyone could enjoy. Room very quiet, even though you could see the interstate from the window.
We did an overnight here on our way to visit family. It had banners saying they were open so I thought they were new, but reception said that it had been acquired by Best Western about 1.5 years ago and had previously been at least one other motel chain. It was clean, no bugs (roaches or bed bugs), staff were attentive. Did not hear highway noise. Breakfast was better than most places. There was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes plus bread products, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and of couse coffee and juices. Had we'd gone to a restaurant we probably would have paid $10 each for the breakfast so I consider the price of the accommodation with breakfast was an excellent value. We went to dinner downtown Little Rock which was easy access and about 20 minutes. I'd recommend this place to others. It is not the Hilton but you are paying almost 1/2 of what you'd pay for the Hilton.
We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was! Everything was squeaky clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The furnishings and bedding were all new-looking, and the toiletries included conditioner, lotion and mouthwash - which is not always the case with lower priced places.
Why do I hate to give it a good review? Because now everyone will find this little gem. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing special about this place unless you like a great price for a good place. The entire staff is helpful and polite which is rare now a days, the rooms are clean, the fitness room and breakfast are found in hotel chains costing twice what this place costs. I stay in a lot of hotels and for the price, this place is one of the best. No stay somewhere else so I can keep getting my rooms.
From start to finish EVERYTHING was perfect! I've never experienced such amazing customer service like I've experienced here! Jay and Ms Gabby (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was heaven sent! I wish it was a ten start rating because this hotel deserves it!!! the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, and our room was amazing! the king size bed was super comfy along with the rest of the room! and I can't leave out that good ole hot breakfast I was the first one in line my stay here every morning lol….amazing!!!!
I had a pleasant stay at this location with best western in Little Rock. Rooms were clean, very quiet. The front desk workers were extremely pleasant. Location was great for many foods places close by when i needed food. Guest services were always right on time when i needed fresh towels. 100 percent recommended this place to anyone that visits
The hotel is located right off the highway 30. The receptionists were friendly and we had a smooth check in and check out. The rooms were very clean with enough towels, toiletries and fresh sheets. The AC worked great. There were fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Ice machine, laundry and fitness centre available as well.
I love the customer service. And I love the staff. HOUSEKEEPING IS THE BEST. I like the place so much, I gained employment. I would advise anyone who comes to visit the Little Rock area that they spend their time at Best Western on Mitchell drive thank you
This hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. For the most part it was quiet. Very clean, the room smelled nice. Comfortable bed. The lighting was good. They have an outdoor pool. They offer laundry facilities for guests. They also have good, strong WiFi. The breakfast was very good, one of the e best we've had lately. I recommend this place.
Front desk was exceptionally friendly, Gabby and Jessy are the best!! Housekeeping does a tremendous job! The housemen(Cam ,D ) are always on the move doing something to better everyone else's stay!! Management is very respectful and understanding of any issues that may come ( I haven't had any this far and I've been here since November by way of an unfortunate and unforeseen accident within my house). Breakfast is always fresh and timely, and they always have hot coffee! I will stay there every time I need a quick and peaceful getaway!
It is a new facility and it shows. Great room, everything worked as it should. Super staff, very helpful. Best breakfast I had on this trip. Hot foods were hot, Cold foods were cold. Not something you see at every buffet.
Very clean hotel quiet. The beds were comfortable plenty of towels in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly.. We did not utilize the breakfast accommodations but they were available. There's also free Wi-Fi at the hotel.
This hotel is small but definitely family friendly! The hotel staff goes beyond the normal to make you feel comfortable, and give you the best rates, their friendly and care about your visit! Don't miss out! Every time I come too Ark this location is one I will always have on as a top option! They have good rates, friendly staff, Clean rooms, and they have comfortable beds, it doesn't feel like your sleeping on bricks! Lol!
Our stay was excellent. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Quiet evening. I had read previous reviews and someone complained about a repair truck parked there. This was not a problem. In the morning when we checked out there were several work/repair vehicles there but these men were also guests of this hotel. Everyone was respectful and mannerly. I will stay here again!! Recommended!!!
All of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The heater was broken and it was cold in my room. I waited all day and it was never fixed. I was offered a discount but I don't know if I got one. I got two extra blankets and that was helpful. there is a 2 foot deep hole, maybe three! It's right off the sidewalk in the back and filled with water. This is very dangerous. This was the noisiest hotel I have been in in the last year or honestly that I can remember. I literally heard door slamming 75 times in an hour! It was bad. The pillows smelled bad. The floor felt grimy on my bare feet. The breakfast was good and I really liked the pictures in the room. I hate to leave a two star review because the people were also nice, but I would not return.
Pros are that we had a clean room, check in was easy and quick and the hotel had an updated interior. The hotel allowed our dog to stay and we were stopping in on our way west on route 40. Close to several fast food chains. We did not use the gym or other amenities. Left at 5:15 am so did not get the breakfast. Cons are that it's a good 15 minutes into Little Rock on the highway, small room and close enough to the highway to hear the background noise. It was not bad but if you are a light sleeper, it could be problem. Also, this is minor, but nowhere to hang your wet towels.
Amazing ,loving ,caring staff and cleanest rooms in town. Also their breakfast is fantastic! they make you feel right at home, and as if u family, everything/everyone is wonderful here. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but at Best Western in Southwest Little Rock,Arkansas.
Easy access from the highway. Close to amenities, gas, and stores. Friendly, convenient hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Would stay here again when doing road trips. Would recommend to other travelers.
Thank you Tonya and Jay for assisting me with my stay after my doctor appointment. The room was clean staff was so helpful. I was able to rest with no distractions. Thank you again. I will be back to stay.
The Best Western on Geyers Springs in Little Rock, Arkansas is a very Good place to get away after a strenuous work week. The Amenities are excellent and the staff very friendly and inviting. One of the Best places to stay in Little Rock.
I was very impressed by this hotel. Clean upon entering. The room was very clean as well. Very cozy and comfortable stay having to be away from home. Will definitely stay again if my travels take me back there.
I travel for work and have been at this hotel for a month and a half. When I say they do it right they really do. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and they clean your rooms a couple days a week not that whole once every 1 to 2 weeks. They come by every day to every other day the clean your room. The have a real continental breakfast. You get eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles sausage gravely and all the fruits breads and cereals. They have a nice weight room that is clean and has up to date equipment. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely use this hotel if I'm in the area and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. One other thing there are a lot of restaurants in the area and it is right off the exit so it is really convenient.
This hotel was very friendly and very accommodating. They provided everything we needed and more. Very on top of your needs. In a good location within short driving to near by stores and activities. Would definitely stay here again!
After a long day of travel to end up here was a big misfortune. The room was dirty, stained linens, bugs everywhere, mattresses were GOD awful, the room smelled like wet dogs and the list goes on. We could not get comfortable no matter what. I would suggest you run from this hotel. I usually do not like to give bad reviews but this was ridiculous. On top of it all, the guest clerk did not have a mask on and was sniffling and coughing constantly. Every time I would walk by, she would be coughing. The PITS! And a very sketchy neighborhood.
Room was full of ants. Moldy bathroom. Weird people hanging around lobby and outside hotel. Very unsafe feeling here. Was not refunded for stay and ant issue was not taken care of. Breakfast was only good part
Wrote this on Google and it definitely belongs here too. Made an account with TripAdvisor just to share my wife's and I pleasent experience at this Best Western. Let me start by saying that my wife and I evacuated to Little Rock last minute with no reservations anywhere. This was the literally the first hotel hotel we called and Mann we landed a gem. The owner, manager, housekeeping, and the front desk lady was Soo comforting and welcoming. Everyone I just mentioned works their butt off to absolutely make sure they will help you in anyway shape or form. Not going to go in detail how they helped my wife and I but they truly take care of their customers. Breakfast was delicious. Biscuits and gravy with some apple juice really hit the spot every morning. The room was really clean! Bathrooms were clean and seemed to be freshly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping did an absolute fantastic job making up the room everyday. Kept it smelling fresh and new. Also, the air conditioning was absolutely on point and kept the room cool during 90 degree days I'm honestly shocked to see other reviews on here saying they had a bad experience... Just doesn't make any sense after the last week I had there. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. 10 out of 10. Wish I would of taken a couple of pics in the room!
Hotel was nice but elevator was broke had to use stairs and receptionist had really bad cough and sniffles with no mask plug didn't work in bathroom but smelt very clean when first entering front staff was friendly but waffle iron wasn't working correctly
Terrible its not even the word to describe the situation that i had to deal with with the young lady that work there. After she already knows me and my husband Because we been staying at this location for about almost 3 weeks straight already we from miami one day we got to the hotel around 7 am to get a room again and she had a horrible attitude and start telling us that she couldn't rent us until 3 pm and that she was not going to take my payment when she always rent everyone no matter the time, she refuses to check me in at all knowing that it was going to be 105 degrees outside. Im pregnant and she knew it and she just didn't care, so we had to wait until they change the shift so the manager check us in.
This is my original email to the general manager ..The reason of my email is to express to you how dissatisfied i am with your hotel . after staying there for 3 nights in room 216 we were in shock of the conditions of your hotel dirty and in real bad shape with multiple violations from ADA to OSHA violations i couldn't believe that you are allowed to operate a hotel in these conditions i included pics for you to see .when i booked this room i specifically request accommodations for a disabled person wheelchair bound witch were not met including that when i arrived to the hotel i told the male clerk that check me in that i have a person with disabilities to please give me a room with plenty of room to navigate with his chair if no handicap accessible room was available the clerk assured me that my room will have plenty of room for my son didn't. as you can see in the pics couldn't even turn his chair around needer taking him in the bathroom .also the front door safety Loock doesn't work have to block the door with my son wheelchair to have some sense (have video of the mal function of this lock) of safety at bed time the toilet tank lid didn't fit in between the wash cabinet and the toilet this and many OSHA violations and ADA also the pool is a disaster brown water not in compliance we were never told that the pool was on this bad shape as shown in the pics this is completely unacceptable i want 100%my money to be refunded .i hope this can be resolved without the need for me to go to social media and other means... thank you Felix Rosa
This is the most nastiest best western ever they should not be open for business period the elevators was nasty the pool was nasty the rooms where nasty. House keepers on drugs manager poor service period there is no manager on duty at night. I was almost moved to 6 nasty rooms no one in the hotel complained on the hotel internet wasn't working properly and overall I would never stay here again. Forget that never at a best western again never experienced service like this before couldn't get a refund didn't have anywhere to go and I have a little baby very pissed about the quality of my stay period.
After a long day of driving across the state, this hotel was worth the stay! I can tell this hotel has been newly remodeled and a very clean environment also staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very nice and clean! Glad I stayed! Thank you Best Western South West Little Rock for giving me a great experience at this hotel!!
Stayed overnight here after 7 hour drive from Nashville! Hubby and I were exhausted to the point of slurring our words at check-in and just prayed for a clean bed to rest our weary heads... We were grateful for the cleanliness and disinfection protocols. The hot breakfast was especially welcome after plain "grab & go" at other places post(?) pandemic... This establishment met our needs, but hubby and I aren't high fallootin' people. If you're a high fallootin or high maintenance type, head to the Omni Hotel or some other 5,6, or 7 star hotel. Thanks Best Western in Southwest Little Rock!!
The room was gross and hadn't been cleaned, there was hair all in the bathtub and on the toilet. Smelled so bad, it's okay if you want to go to a hotel that smells like weed but this definitely isnt a hotel to bring your kids.
I had earned two BW gift cards but was only allowed to use one for this stay per the general manager's rule. I was not recognized as a diamond member at check in. Mask required sign up but staff not wearing masks all the time. Elevator not working properly. The breakfast buffet was open but just average. Pool closed and empty with pool gate propped open. Overall the hotel offers a decent clean room at a fair price right off the interstate; however, when we return to the area we will look for other hotels.
I spent 20 years traveling for work so I have some context for this review. The hotel is in a busy and downscale area, the lobby furniture was dirty and the bathroom was a mess, as in a horrible renovation that was sloppy and made the toilet difficult to flush. BWs are very inconsistent. Would not recommend this place. Gave it a two because I've seen worse.
I don't stay at Best Western properties often. But I will be staying more after my stay here. The room was really clean. The staff was very accomodating, considerate and helpful. I can see the pride they have in the hotel.
I stopped here for the night while driving through. I will often choose to stay at Best Westerns because I find they are clean, friendly, pet friendly and economical. They had a current "remodel" but when I arrived the ceiling in the lobby was leaking, only 1 of their elevators was operational but it was unfinished and the floor was sticky. It also sounded/felt like it was going to break down when you were on it. The stairs were not even an option to get to/from your room in this building. They had recently put in new carpet but it made it so the door did not open or shut easily. The room was not clean and the building overall was musty and sticky. When I went to leave in the morning at 6 am there were people wandering around inside that did not seem to be guests of the hotel and followed me onto the elevator then blocked the door so it did not lock. This is not the fault of the hotel and I choose it because it was so close to the highway but for anyone that is a light sleeper there is alot of noise from highway traffic in the room.
It has been a while since I have stayed at a Best Western property due to some problems in the past. Unfortunately with the terrible weather this past weekend there was not much of a choice. I am very glad that I did. The property has been very newly remodeled and is clean and very appealing. There was an issue with the heating/cooling unit in the room on Saturday evening. First thing Sunday morning the General Manager (whose name I believe was Jay) came to the room to look at it. He took the entire unit apart, replaced the control board and then it worked like a charm. Turns out that all of the heating/cooling units are brand new and there are a couple of issues with them. He had already contacted the manufacturer and they had already sent new boards to replace the improperly working ones. Not only was he extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quite obviously dedicated to ensuring that his guests are happy but the speed with which the problem was handled was quite appreciated. In these days of Covid it is nearly impossible to find any location which offers a hot breakfast (if any) for the guest anymore (as well as other services being suspended). Yet you are still charged the same rates. It was a very welcoming surprise to actually have the availability of a fresh HOT breakfast in the mornings! My thoughts are if you are paying for something then it should be available for you. Overall this location left me feeling like I was an actual guest in someones home. Not simply a customer. Thank you!
The desk clerk was not friendly, and acted like it was a bother to check us in. Our room was in need of repair, deep cleaning, and updating. Breakfast was a banana, plastic wrapped pastry, and a bottled water. We weren't offered juice, milk, or cereal.
Great room comfortable beds. I would definetly recommend this hotel to any persons that might be in this area. Not to mention the reasonable prices. Great setup in the rooms. The bathroom was very clean.
I was doing work for them as they were renovating the hotel but I cannot get paid for whatever reason. I had been trying to get paid for the last week and have been getting the run around. I have a family to support and I can't do that because a millionaire doesn't want to pay me a $150 that's sad
We we're in Little Rock visiting family I didn't want to drive any further and Quality Inn was one of two choices Two stars because the beds were comfortable and clean This place has roaches so bad I killed six while there I would have asked for a refund but I was to tired to bother with it My mother works for Choice Hotels so we use them a lot and I've never seen anything like this before
Moving from Atlanta to Seattle on a budget this Quality Inn was on the way and how do surprise compared everybody else. In early August it was under construction so it was kind of a mess but still the prices seem reasonable for what we're getting
We stayed here for 2 nights. Price was very reasonable. Room was good but there is a bit problem with the shower. No hot water and the water came out very weakly. Breakfast was great at this price !!!!
