Best Western Plus Las Vegas West

Upgrade was awesome for my family. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Pool being closed day after we got there and staying closed the last 5 days we were there sucked though with 3 kids. Breakfast was good.

I stayed a total of 4 hours before I had to check out and get a better hotel to stay at. Theres an old, stale stinch upon walking in the room, blood stain on the top blanket, dust piled on everything like it has never been wiped down. The air conditioner blew out extremely hot air and could not get the room cooled down. The front desk lady, crystal had to come try and figure it out because there were no maintenance or management on site. She couldnt figure it out, so just left me in a hot room and basically told me oh well. The fire alarm went off twice super loud. Worst hotel visit ever, disgusting attitude from staff. Checked it at 3:00 checked out at 6:30, all they said was, were still charging you. Would never recommend this run-down low budget place.

Having people walk up and down the hallway with their dogs and on their phone in their pajamas is not a great look or experience. The rooms are tired, very tired and cramped. As a BW member I would have expected to receive better accommodations in the newer part of the hotel.

We chose this property for it's proximity to Red Rock Canyon. We were traveling with a dog, and this property was pet friendly. We were given a room on the top floor, right next to the stairs, with access to the outside for walks. The room was clean, not obvious that other pets had been in it. It was very quiet while were were there. Parking lot felt safe.

I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful and convenient stay in Las Vegas. I was traveling with my partner and our two dogs and chose a king suite which had more than everything we needed. The bed was one of the most comfortable in a hotel. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of hot items as well as the typical quick items like yogurt and pastries.

We have stayed here on several trips to Vegas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. The free breakfast is good. The hotel is within walking distance to several nice restaurants and only 25 minutes from the strip by car.

Outstanding Service, Very Clean, not to far to Freemont and attraction .Very nice and quiet place to stay. Breakfast is great. When it comes on cleanliness this place is great. I will Definitely Recommend this place.

I want to like this property, and a lot of me does. However, it is very poorly managed. I stayed here for business for 5 days, and I'm a BW Diamond Select member, and travel with them a lot. On 3 occasions over my stay, I let the front desk know they had a security/emergency floodlight that was stuck on in one of the inside stairwells, along with an overhead (ceiling) floodlight that seemed stuck on "strobe" function. Litter all over the property, including an overturned shopping cart from a grocery store nearby that remained for 5 days, along with assorted trash. Trash cans finally got emptied outside on my last day. Previous to that they were overflowing for 5 days. I do not understand when they charge the exorbitant rates that they do, why that cannot hire someone to clean up trash daily, left by lazy guests or passers-by too lazy to use a nearby trash can. I like the BW brand, but this is inexcusable. Breakfast was a daily disappointment as well. Out of hardboiled eggs 4 out of the 5 days. Lots of high carb, super high sugar processed food and unripe fresh fruit every day. I suggested getting the little mixed fruit cups in natural juice and that was met with confusion even though so many other BW properties offer them. Again, for the price charged, I expect a little better, that's all. This property needs a refresh, to remedy a lot of peeling paint and worn, torn carpeting and things like that. Overall, the rooms are nice with comfy beds and decent lighting, etc. Ample parking area.

I stayed at this location because it was conveniently located to the surgery center where I had my procedure. Every time I came into contact with the staff they were all very friendly. The free continental breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay.

I usually stay at another BW while in Vegas. I come 5-6 times a year for business. This has lots of parking and a hot tub that is open 24 hours. Breakfast is standard fare for BW's, nothing bad or good. I will stay here from now on.

pleasant staff, excellent morning breakfast but had trouble with the reservations system - both main and local reservations; disappointed in this. Suggest you check your room out thoroughly as soon as you get in as we later on discovered problems once we were fully unpacked and just too tired/stressed to want to pack everything back up and go to another room - and "paid for" the inconveniences. One good thing in the room: new beds BUT they left all the plastic balled up under the beds! Why not take the time to get rid of it? It was full of dirt & dust.

I had the worst experience my second night at this hotel due to dogs barking all night. I called the front desk and was told that the owners left dogs unattended. I was not offered another room away from the disturbance, so needless to say it was a terrible situation that left me sleep deprived.

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a last minute trip and they helped with all our needs. They were very friendly every time we came out left the hotel. The kids loved the pool. Having breakfast ready in the morning was a huge bonus, especially traveling with kids.

Front desk was absolutely wonderful Judy was very attentive and helped us a lot. The breakfast wasn't very appealing but they did have yogurt so we just had some yogurt and some coffee that was all. Overall it was a nice stay.

Very helpful staff Especially the morning receptionist with the pink drink. Awesome personality. The stay was quiet food was good for being included.. The king room was very spacious. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel! Great customer service, very clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast and great location. Will be staying here again! Manager went out of her way to accommodate our needs, and relieved the stress of checking into multiple rooms for guests of my sons wedding.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending. The hotel staff is very courteous and efficient. The area is very quiet. The breakfast was well stocked with a variety of items to choose from.

I have stayed at many BW's over the years and this one is somewhat better than you'd expect from the chain - which is in general pretty good for a just a bit above budget motel. I've been in this one multiple times, and each time the rooms have been quite satisfactory, sometimes even large, and always clean. The staff have been professional and courteous. In general it is a pretty quiet place - though one night there was someone in the parking lot burning rubber and leaving quite a stink. For visiting friends in The Lakes or playing west of the city, the location is great. Fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was adequate though at peak times the single attendant had a bit of trouble keeping up with the rush. It can be a bit hard to see from the road so pay attention to the map at your arrival. I expect we will be back next trip to the area.

We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past year. It's a really nice hotel in a super convenient location to Summerlin dining and shopping, Vegas, and Red Rocks. Great staff, very pet friendly, super clean, nice amenities, comfortable rooms, pretty landscaping, and just a great all around value. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Lovely hotel and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom spotless and the shower was great! Very quiet and safe area with lots of restaurant options near by. Only 18 min drive to the strip and no strip fees. Gave only a 4/5 because the breakfast was just okay for a BW Plus. We have had much better. No fruit options other than apple and orange. Would stay here again though.

We are very happy to have found this BW+. At this price point you would be hard pressed to find a better value. If you travel with your pets you can't beat it. There are tons of great restaurants in the area, wonderful walking trails VERY close by and it's close to everything. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the cappuccino was amazing! Top it all off with a heated indoor pool and spa and what more could you ask for?

Booked a 13 night stay and ended up with family emergency had to leave on day 6. Management was very understanding and, even though I was checking out later than usual they waived that final day. Upon arrival acknowleged and greeted as a Diamond Select member, given the complimentary bottles of water. Arrived asking for an extra blanket and it was delivered quickly to my room. Asked for a room in a quiet area of hotel and was put on third floor towards the back, which was perfect. Never heard a peep other than once in a while another guest door shutting. Shower was warm even though the pressure left something to be desired. Sad to find that one of the hair condidtioner bottles was only half full and had been used by previous occupant. Bed was firm, and various thickness of pillows made for good sleep. Towels and bedding all clean. Basic king room came with pod type coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, etc. Never requested room service but would leave garbage outside door and it was emptied quickly each day. All of the staff were very pleasant, especially the breakfast gal, who was always hopping, trying to keep everything stocked. Regular coffee was available in the breakfast room 24/7 although it would sit there all day and front desk would need to be reminded to put out fresh coffee. During breakfast they have a machine that dispenses capaccinos, machiattos, etc. Breakfast was the typical fare of eggs, toast, waffles, juice, etc. The breakfast room however is quite small compared to the actual need of the guests. It was always crowded. I just wanted my morning coffee and grab a yogurt, boiled egg and be on my way, but with so many guests crowded around it was easier to just skip it after the 2nd day. They do allow pets and was rather disappointed that they didnt clean up the pet poo area as well as they could have. Hotel sits back off of the street in a 'office/business area with plenty of fast food, restaurants, 7-11 and grocery stores nearby. As hotels go this was pretty good, but the price is far more expensive than it should be for what you get. I paid an average of 170 per night for a regular king room and at that price one would expect a bit more. I thought it might be the location and time of year (New Year's weekend), but having to return mid January and the costs are the same. Tsk tsk tsk. Also, they will charge you for early check in, late check outs, even as a diamond select member anywhere between 15 to 30 bucks, depending on how early you want to check in. That should come as a convenience. Since I've stayed here already and must return to the area next week for another 9 day stay I of course book here. Better safe than sorry and get into a hotel that I don't have experience with.

While the breakfast was great especially for Gluten-Free people, there was much to be dislike. Didn't answer the phones, indoor pool cold, hot tub overly chlorine and chemicals, heater didn't work well. If you have cabinets, why not have glasses or plates? Or silverware? Toilet leaked, mattress was saggy, faucet of tub couldn't turn off. Low pressure too.

Great breakfast selection and taste , the lady in charge of the breakfast area kept everything clean and constantly checking if there was enough food. All of my family enjoyed our stay, very comfortable bed and clean room, great indoor pool and hot tub , multiple entrance which is quite convenient.

The title says it all...there were bugs in and around the jetted tub that had very little power in the jets...the jets were pointless. The bugs were coming from the adjacent wall that needed to be re-caulked. I was offered a refund which was nice but I would have appreciated a bug-less tub seeing as I had already paid for the room. It wasnt about the money, it was about the bugs!

You get what you pay for. This hotel was cheaper than others, but disappoints in every respect - sagging mattress in room, dirty carpets, woman's hair in the bathtub. Breakfast is marginal at best. I do not wish to ever stay there again.

Helpful staff, Nor far from Red Rock Canyon, Good dining options nearby. Also not far from main road to airport. Exceptional local library and bookstore (in-house) also close, Neighborhood parks too, Would definitely stay there again,

Everything was great with the exception that there were no safety bars in the bathroom. Young and old alike need safety rails. I fell the very first day, but overall it was a good experience. Breakfast was the best!

The hotel was extremely clean when we arrived. We were checked in immediately without any issues. When we did encounter an issue in our room (which was something out of the hotel's control) it was handle swiftly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice room and was clean. It was a quiet property. Friendly staff. The hot breakfast good with an automatic coffee maker with multiple coffee selections. Not just plain black coffee! I would stay here again.

My Husband's Birthday and it turned out horrible ND that was a big disappointment for a trip I planned for his Day and it was ruined and I can't say I would stay here again I had invited guest but I called them and told them not to come didn't want them to experience the mess I was going through.

I always have some issue here. Im not a Karen but this was my last stay here. My door was left ajar by cleaning staff (and I left them a tip!) when I came back to the room. I didnt have my work computer taken thankfully but not ok. Towel was used in the bathroom and folded back on the rack. No comps no nothing for all the trouble I had 2 nights for 345 and all that trouble, no more! Im not staying here ever again. The location convenience is not worth it. The business area is not closed off. It needs some work. Just done. Gave them a third chance shame on me.

This Best Western in Las Vegas has to be the BEST we've encountered!! The room was so clean and the amenities were outstanding! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back and also recommend to others.

As a elite reward member you usually receive your perks associated with it, however this particular stay I did not receive anything, the breakfast was horrible, and they were stains on the shower rug and the room smelled like cat litter I'm not sure if there was previous pets in the room but it had that cat litter odor. I was very disappointed in my stay at this location.

We arrived late after a long drive. We were greeted nicely at the front desk and were able to get to our room quickly. Room was nice and updated. The room was also quiet allowing us a good night sleep. A full breakfast of cheese omelets, hash browns, and bacon was offered along with the normal cereal, muffins, and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

In town for soccer tournament. 24 hr pool access was great to entertain teenagers. Early morning breakfast was also a time saver. Surprisingly the hotel was really quiet. Definitely would visit again.

This BW Plus sits in a shopping center area. The room we had felt and smelled fresh and clean. We were very comfortable in our larger than usual room. The breakfast was nice and sufficient but not over abundant. We had a great stay and would recommend this BW to others for an overnight stay.

This BW is the perfect location for a visit to Red Rock Canyon. It is immaculate, the carpet smells new, the room was big and very comfortable, the bathroom nice and modern. Great value for the money and a very safe and comfortable place to stay.

I need a room that has all the necessary features for a disabled person. This one goes beyond what I have learned to expect from other hotels. The shower alone was amazing. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to manage the temperature in the room. Mostly I felt safe and the employees really cared about my comfort.

My kids especially liked the indoor pool which was really nice and clean. Our room was located right in front of the eating area. So it could be a little loud in the early morning if you are not an early riser. The room was good except for a couple of things: the decorative pillow on one of the beds had lots of dog hair, and bathroom vent was dirty. I did not report it since we were only staying 1 night. Other than that, staff were nice and helpful, hotel close to everything. Booked this hotel because of their indoor pool which was really nice and my kids loved.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great options and was kept fully stocked for all guests. Beds were super comfortable. My party and I had a great time and slept very well there! I appreciated the early check in feature on my phone. I was worried that I wouldn't make it in time after flying in.

We were here one night and the entire experience was excellent. From the check in process to the very good breakfast selections and the great quality of the room it was a great stay. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

at 5 am fire alarm went off....someone burned toast...the poor worker at the front desk couldn't get the alarm off...her phone cord didn't reach to the alarm panel so had to go back and forth trying to stop the alarm...everyone standing outside waiting in the cold....a cordless phone or long cord would have useful..lost several hour sleep

Everything was great as far as the cleanliness, staff, and hotel overall. Breakfast options were decent. This hotel is about 15 minutes from the strip which was perfect for us. We had our 2 dogs with us because we were moving, and we were placed on the lower level, so that was nice. The only complaint we have is that there was a lot of trash on the ground in the parking lot surrounding a dumpster. Not sure if the dumpster belongs to the hotel or a nearby business but it was a mess.

This location was perfect for a 3 nights business stay. The rooms are exceptionally nice. The front desk staff are very helpful & courteous. The premises are constantly being cleaned 24/7 and the breakfast every morning is a plus.

Room was filthy, pubic hair, not mine, on toilet when I checked in. Pile of what I can only describe as food debris on floor when I checked in. Lights would alternatively not turn on, or not turn off. Tub faucet had a steady stream running from it (drought anyone:?)

We needed a place in Summerlin and location was very convenient. Hotel is clean and neat. Beware; you have to request to have your room cleaned even if staying for more than 2 nights! They gave us more towels but the room was not cleaned nor the garbage taken out.

This has become our go-to place when we are in Las Vegas. It's a easy drive to the Strip without the LONG trek to our room which is liable to be noisy and cramped. We were there right after New Year's Day and rooms were over priced.

My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary in Las Vegas.This is the perfect place to be in Vegas but away from the usual city traffic.About 20 minute drive going to the Strip.When we arrived we were given a free upgrade to one of their King Suites since it is our anniversary.Front desk staff were great and always available anytime we needed something.Breakfast area not much space and all breakfast options are pre heated.We found an unemptied trash can from the previous guest under the sink.But other than that,everything in the room was great!

After a very friendly check-in, I arrived to a room whose temperature was 52 degrees! I don't get it. If you know that a guest is arriving that day, you should set the temperature to 68 or so. It took literally hours for the room to warm up to a tolerable temperature. The heat took a full day to make it to the bathroom. Coming out of the shower, I would freeze as I stepped out into a cold room with a cold floor. I feel totally misled by the reviews on this site. The reviews give the impression that this is a mid-range hotel when it is very clearly a budget hotel complete with a connecting door to the adjacent room. People talk about “spacious” rooms, but my room was depressingly small and cramped with no place to move around. This was like a Motel 6 room that had been upgraded. And the bathroom and basin were not upgraded. They felt like something out of 1980. For the $150/night I spent, I could have stayed at a Hampton or a Hilton in another part of town. I totally agree with the other reviewers that this is anything but a “plus” property. I've learned my lesson: no more Best Western for me.

Excellent 3 night stay! We wanted to stay away from the Las Vegas strip and this worked for us. We visited the Red Rock Casino instead for gambling and dinner. Great off the strip location-quiet and service oriented staff. Comfortable bed too-

Although the hotel is a tad tired and dated the ENTIRE staff were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING to our needs. Honestly we were starting to feel like Goldilocks and the three bears. Our third hotel in two weeks (our furniture AND life) were in a Nationally recognized moving van that broke down the day they picked up from us. All of the staff were so VERY lovely!! Close to shopping, restaurants, (some in the same parking lot area) and our new home AND within walking distance to some. I really want to emphasize that the ENTIRE staff were so VERY, VERY LOVELY!! A quiet, low key hotel that was absolutely PERFECT for us!!

We stopped without a reservation and were very pleased to get a room in the newly added rooms section to this BW plus. The rooms were very clean and quite roomy. This section seemed fresh and airy and it was a very quiet area. Very nice friendly staff at check-in. We arrived early looking for a room and were set up right away with no problem. Overall, fantastic stay here!

Feels very dirty. Front desk meh. Outside seating area is "a" bench with seating either next to a filthy overflowing ash tray or in the sprinkler. Pool is inside and dismal. Thank god i was able to cancel the rest of my trip and am moving to a better hotel. Be warned

If you're in LV for business and want a nice quiet place to stay away from tourist energy and liveliness, this is a great choice. Tucked behind street-facing businesses not far from Summerlin, it's surprisingly quiet at night. A supermarket, restaurants, fast-food joint, and even a low-key casino are in walking distance. A gas station is just across the street. Especially appreciated the clean carpet in the room--felt clean enough to walk barefoot (often hotel carpets require wearing slippers or socks). Be aware of their once-every-3-days maid service COVID health protocol. It was not mentioned at check-in (there was a memo on the front desk, but not pointed out). This policy is fine and appreciated, but since I was effectively unaware I thought it was an oversight. I would have handled my towels differently. I emptied my own trash the 2nd night, and that was the only inconvenience. Other than that, BW LV West is a great place to stay for the business traveler. Parking is ample and well-lighted. Neighborhood context was urban and well maintained, not blighted.

We stay pretty exclusively at BW properties and were not quite sure why this one was listed as a BW Plus as it was not appreciably nicer than a regular BW. The room decor was dated and the breakfast had been downgraded to "curated grab and go bags" due to COVID that were a shadow of the hot breakfast BW prides itself on offering in every property. We had a couple of maintenance issues with items in our room that were eventually resolved. Despite the worn seams of the actual property, the customer service was very good and all staff were friendly, responsive and professional. Maintenance resolved our issue immediately after it was reported. The property is extremely convenient to everything.

By far the worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time!! I woke up to get a drink at 4 am only to find ants everywhere!! In the kitchen, on the rug between the living area and the kitchen, in the bathroom and going into the closet. The night auditor was horrified and rushed to get me something to kill them. He could only find bathroom disinfectant so I attempted to kill them. They just kept coming back. I spent the next 2 hours spraying, killing and then cleaning up ants. I did what I could so I could shower and get the heck out of there! Here comes what I consider the worst part. The night auditor told me he was messaging the assistant manager Jasmine. He assured me she would be contacting me that day to make it right with some sort of compensation. Nothing. I called when I could later that night because I was on the road. I spoke with the same auditor. He told me he sent her a message, apologized again for what I went through and would send her yet another message and she would get back to me later that day. Again, nothing. I called later in the afternoon and spoke with Dwight who told me that neither her nor the GM Erica were available but transferred me to their voice mail. I left a very lengthy message why I was calling and how to get in touch with me. AGAIN, nothing! I called the next day, got Dwight again who said, "they're in the office, I'll transfer you". They let it go to voicemail. I finally had enough after 3 days and numerous calls that I called the corporate number. I spoke with 2 people there, one being a supervisor Bianca after the first gentleman I spoke with wanted to give me 6000 points ( ummmm, I would NEVER use them). I told her what had happened and how the most frustrating part was the lack of customer service. They certainly seemed like they didn't care. She put me on hold to call the hotel. After a few minutes, she came back and told me she also spoke to Dwight. She said Dwight told her management was not available but were aware of the situation and they were working on it. She asked how I wanted them to get in touch with me and I told her email. Five minutes later Jasmine called me. From the jump she was aggressive and very rude. She told me that Dwight just informed her of the situation and she was not aware of what had happened until 5 minutes ago. Ummmm, really? Funny how I didn't get a phone call until corporate called them and Dwight gave a different story to Bianca. Every time I spoke, she interrupted me. She threatened to hang up on my because I called her out. Moral of the story.......not only will you have ants and God only knows what else going on, but management doesn't care one bit.

went to go to conference but didnt want to stay at a casino found the best western plus off the main strip and in a beautiful area! outhouse dinner right across in parking lot and stores within walking distance.

The check-in was easy and friendly. The room was adequate but not particularly clean. The tub was dingy/dirty. The door knob was sticky. The beds were comfortable. The AC was cool but noisy. The hallway and stair carpeting was very dirty, stained and not vacuumed. Overall, the hallway was dingy. We did not receive any housekeeping services at all. Even after requesting service and additional towels twice. Cigarette smoke wafted in from the front doors where numerous people would be regularly smoking in the breezeway. My biggest complaint was the unfriendly way the housekeeping request was handled by the front desk. When I went to ask again, my request had never even been put on the list. The rooms were $200 per night and definitely not worth that cost. The location was very good though and convenient to Summerlin.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. The cleanliness, amenities, and decor were about what you'd expect from a more budget-friendly motel. Good value and a decent location. Lots of places to visit and eat within a 10-15 minute drive.

this was suppose to be a get away weekend for my wife, what a disappointment! She made the conformation online and then followed up with 3 calls, was told our itinerary was correct, bringing our dog. When we got there, everything changed. We couldn't have the room we wanted? The lady said we couldn't have our dog in the room we ordered online, so they down sized us and still charged us a high fee?! WTF?! Then when asked to speak w/manager, she comes from behind a door with a SUPER NASTY attitude?! Gave us a room, not the one we wanted and said she'd wave the dog fee?? That wasn't a deal! The room stank, the carpet was FILTHY and we could smell cigarettes each day we were there! It says NO SMOKING!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Damn near had to beg front desk for towels! Gave me the sack prepared breakfast, what a joke, couldn't even get the order right, everything was WRONG! Car in parking lot with flat tires, homeless people walking like crazy around the building?! Nice looking hotel from the street and in a great location. Wouldn't recommend!

The size and what this room had to offer (kitchenette) was really fabulous. We are vegan and often eat in when we travel. To have a room that offered a table with 4 chairs, kitchenette and a couch was so nice. We did run into a few cleanliness issues and we brought those to the attention of the check-out staff so hopefully this won't happen again. It was definitely a very nice room and priced well to boot! We would stay here again on our next trip through Vegas.

Although the hotel was off the strip it was average for what Best Western Plus is known for I must say that I have had better experiences at the Henderson Best Western Plus in the past. I may or may not stay at this location in the future we'll see......

A very nice place. Nice people, nice room, and overall good experience during my stay. There was plenty of parking. Although they no longer had the lunch room open (due to covid), there is a convenience store on the property. It was very convenient.

While traveling north to Seattle our first stop was Las Vegas. Wanted a hotel not connected to a noisy casino. BW Las Vegas West was tricky to find; but tucked away as it was made it a quiet place to stay in a town that never sleeps. With Covid raging the breakfast bar was closed but the sack breakfast was plentiful and included an item we could heat in the microwave. Getting back to the freeway took some time, but staff gave good directions. The room was large and comfortable.

One of our rooms was impossible to stay in because of a loud banging noise made by the HVAC unit as well as a sink that did not work. Another room was assigned that was much smaller. We should have received a partial credit for the night, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a Manager of this property. I tried several ways and was always told to call back later. The maintenance person always says it is fixed when it is NOT. This property should not be rated as a "PLUS".

Room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable. As usual, they are still using “covid” to decrease basic services. Multi-night stays mean you don't get housekeeping. They say you can request it, but we did and nothing happened. There is no decent coffee offered in the lobby, just stale one cup coffee with small amounts of powered “creamer” and sugar. Awful stuff. No extra toilet paper in the room. No housekeeping, remember? Oops - middle of the night TP crisis. No clean towels - they say you can request, but we gave up on that. Honestly - I hope hotels remember pre-covid days and return to trying to please their customers again. I'm getting tired of really bad service with covid as the excuse.

Front desk help was extremely nice. Room was clean, had a nice coffee maker. The only part I wasn't satisfied on was I was put in a room next to the cleaning supplies and it was very loud. I had a hard time sleeping in the morning. But overall it was a nice hotel.

Stayed here twice overnight while passing through LV. Chose it based on location (friends in the neighborhood) and price. This motel was a step above many similar BW properties. It was clean, well maintained, and had been renovated not too long ago - felt new-ish. The rooms were nice and rather large. Both nights were dead quiet (though left the AC fan on for the night). In room coffee maker, small fridge, microwave. One of the rooms had a Jacuzzi-type tub in addition to the shower. The staff were uniformly helpful on both stays. The building is set back a bit from a busy street, which keeps noise down, and there is a large Smith's supermarket just across Durango. Breakfast is pre-order on a form and pick up in the morning from the front desk. They have a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich you can heat for a minute in the nuke and it's fine - can't really expect the usual buffet in these Covid times. One morning we did not get the OJ in the breakfast, so we went to the front desk to trade the milk they had given instead, but they said "no OJ today". A few minutes later they called to say "We found some in the freezer, and are bringing it to you now." My experiences were good and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was fine, I don't think the beds are upgraded like a Best Western Plus normally is, but it could just be me... I was more disappointed in the area the hotel was located in. Summerlin was always a good part of town in the past, but I didn't feel as comfortable as in the past visiting the area. I was also frustrated with the restaurants around the property... The Burger King was sub-standard, Outback wouldn't accept my to-go order because it was 30 min to close, I had to settle for Del Taco. Good thing I had cash, the card reader was broken... I chose the hotel for the price....

Staff lack of response to a potential dangerous situation with water leakage through electrical fixtures and lack of customer service in finding alternative stay arrangements makes me recommend that you avoid this property.

The lobby was so modern, I could not believe I had walked into a Best Western. This property has revamped the image I always had of a Best Western. They made sure to stick to Covid 19 regulations. Check in/out was extremely fast. The room was very clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Did not get the rooms that I booked weeks in advance-due to them overselling rooms. Was not accommodating in fixing the situation or even being nice. Terrible attitude, rude and unhelpful. Shame on you! You should be fired. Wish I got your name. This is not how you treat your guests! Absolutely disgusting!

This is an older property from what I could seem, was well maintained and clean. I also appreciate their location, off the strip but still close to everything you could need or want. Breakfast was decent, rooms were comfortable and they're pet friendly which is nice. The value of the services for the price are excellent, definitely a positive experience overall and worth a look if you're shopping for Hotels in the Vegas area. I'd give this location 5 stars but the Staff told other Dog owners animals aren't allowed in the pool area (understandably) but didn't do anything when a group of people brought their non ESA/Service dog in to the same place they'd just said Dogs weren't allowed.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel because of location, it was quiet, and price was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The amenities were adequate. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which, provided us with a wonderful nights rest.

I stayed for a week and first thing I noticed were small holes in the wall going to the other side to the room next to me.. they were just made before my stay because the wall dust and paint was still in the ground. I took a video of the holes and showed the front desk girl. There were maybe a few attempts but besides the holes, staff is extremely odd, nosey and arrogant.... it's dusty as hell even my animals stated sneezing

Very inconvenient, on my booking date i called to ensure that I would be receiving a handicapped room next to the exit because I was getting surgery the next day. Arrived to the hotel between 11-12 and we checked in. Immediately we got our stuff down from the car and into the room we went where we noticed there was no handicap access. I talked to the nice gentleman at the front desk who was very helpful and advised he would let his manager know what happened and that we were only there for a little and had to go. I called in the next morning to speak with the manager about the situation and she would not take my call. According to the lady on the phone she was in a meeting. After the inconvenience she decided not to speak to me and to charge me $100 for a room we did not sleep in! I don't mind paying a cleaning fee if the room was very dirty but it was not all we did was sit on the bed after a five hour drive and have our late dinner. Never would I have expected to be going through all this while trying to recover.

It was nice until we checked out and they kept my deposit and when i asked about it they said we staind the pull out sofa? What! We are in vegas celebrating my sons 6th bday. We only slept there. Never again!

I was not told ahead of time there would be a $100 security deposit. It was too late to find another hotel. I made my reservations well before hand, got a statement of charges but there was never any mention of the security deposit

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Front desk was helpful. Comfortable bed and great breakfast options during pandemic. Quiet area but also located near all conveniences. We would stay at this hotel again. Definitely recommend.

Overall, our stay here was good. The pool was closed which was disappointing but the hotel was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and they take big dogs which is great! The lighting however makes the place feel much dingier than it is. The staff is lovely and super helpful. Perfect hotel if you're just passing through.

Not a lot of options in this part of town. I was pleasantly surprised to find a BW "PLUS" for a reasonable price. To contrast, you can get much cheaper priced rooms at the casino hotels but with resort fees it's a wash. Check-in was quick and easy. I took advantage of pre-checkin online so I only had to verify ID and swipe my card. The room was spacious and had everything you would expect except a chair to sit in. There is a spot for a chair and even a table next to the spot for the chair, but no chair. WiFi worked well, the vending machines did not. "Breakfast" was a joke. There are a few options, I chose a bagel, granola bar and bottle of water. Bagel was cold and hard. Granola was stale. Water was useful for coffee. The bed looked comfy until I got in and noticed there was a huge cavernous dip where most people apparently sleep. I tried to sleep closer to the middle but kept falling into the cavern... Walls are very thin, I could hear everyone walk by my door and everything happening in the room above me. Staff was friendly and professional. As mentioned I won't likely stay here again.

We booked this hotel because everything said the pool was open. We showed up and immediately there was a weird smell in the hotel and a big sign saying the pool was closed. We had a whirlpool tub in our room and the plug was broken. Asked for a refund and were told we had to email the manager. We got our bags and left. We didn't even stay the night. Still haven't heard back from the manager.

This place is great for short trips. It's cozy and convenient. Love how free breakfast and gym. The front desk workers are so nice and helpful and make check in/out super easy. We will continue staying here for future trips.

Employee was angered that I asked her to put on a mask. I put hot water in the coffee maker for tea and it came out brown. The light in the vanity area was not working. The breakfast was fine. We had a choice of things which was nice.

I was looking for a location to stay away from the traffic and noise of the strip. Good choice, good location, in a neighborhood you felt comfortable walking in. The room was good, the bed was excellent, got a great nights sleep. The location is quiet and set back form the road. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. They are serving a bagged breakfast due to covid. Nice touch was the breakfast sandwich, which can be heated in the microwave in the room.

Always a comfortable, safe, affordable experience. Great Pizza place (Bambino's) around the corner, Outback steakhouse and 7-eleven all within 2 min walk. Lots of shopping near by like Smith's Grocery and places to get a drink.

The hotel was clean, modern and reasonably priced for the location. I would recommend this area when seeing Vegas. The area is close to many restaurants and Chinatown isn't a far drive either. I enjoyed the stay.

Our stay overnight was to facilitate not having to make an early morning drive of 130 miles just prior to a scheduled surgery at Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. I was between a surgery procedure on the 12th that remained bandaged but open - not stiched) and the one where a final surgery was to take place on the morning of the 17th where plastic reconstruction and final closure of the surgical area(s) was to be performed. My orders from that 2nd Physician were to take warm shower the morning prior to surgery and to allow soapy water from my hair and upper body to run over the area, but no baths were allowed due to the risk of infections that may be acquired. Imagine our surprise when I attempted to turn on the shower and there was no water, the master flow valve was obviously loose and defective, so water had been shut off. When we informed the clerk about this upon leaving for the Surgical appointment he just shrugged and said that he would "tell someone" about the situation. We did not bother to discuss further with him any of the details related here, but we have just atayed at the Best Western for the last time period. The only way they can make up for this is to refund us for the room for that evening. We had stayed at another Best Western the night before and they had no breakfast. Again, we paid for something which we did not receive and also want reparations for that having happened as well.

Person at the front during check in was overwhelmed and didn't care that dogs were swimming in the pool (so I couldn't use it) and it took over 30 minutes to be checked into a room that already had people in it. Back in line for another 20 minutes to get a new room (dogs still in pool) and we filled out the form for our breakfast. I had to ask the guy at the desk to please change it to our new room # as he didn't automatically. Then we got 50% of what we asked for in our bag; if they just want to throw whatever they want into bags then stop asking, it is very annoying. We enjoyed not being on the strip, no resort fee and free parking but these downsides make this property unattractive.

Greeted warmly, it was a late smooth check in. Hotel is Covid-19 responsive. Hotel was clean, smelled fresh, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated and small. The room had the amenities of home(frig, microwave, iron, etc.). Breakfast was via menu that you filled out before 8am to have bagged for you to pick up. There is free parking and there is no resort fee. There was $100.00 hold placed on my credit card for a one(1) night stay. It took a full seven(7) days before the $100.00 was removed and returned to my credit card. I was expecting more based on the reviews I read here on TripAdvisor. I have been a guest at this property for two recent extended stays. Trey provided superior customer care and support.  He was always cheerful, kind and very accommodating.  Trey definitely "put the Plus" on these lodging experiences.  Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Staff is nice, room was clean, pillows and mattress to soft, but still nice. Would be nice to have firm and soft pillows. Overall a nice place to stay. Only negatives was the fruit and the danish in the to go breakfast

This location was very clean, quiet, and has great quality. A nice place to relax in Las Vegas. Away from all the riff-raff! Any family would feel safe, and able to enjoy themselves day and night.....

we were there for two days visiting with my son and his family , it had been quite a while since he had been there but glad we went back . Nice hotel I have no complaints except due to covid the bagged breakfast was a bit weak (much prefer the hot breakfast) nice place to stay

This hotel is in a great location. It's not too close to the strip, but close enough that it only takes about 10 minutes to get there. Overall the room was nice. The bathroom desperately needs remodeling. It's just old looking. The room was very clean. Due to COVID, there is no maid service, but the front desk was so helpful in replenishing any needed supplies. Since they can't have their normal breakfast, you are given a piece of paper with grab and go breakfast options on it. There was a wide variety of options. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Quiet, sits back off the main road so you don't hear the traffic. Lots of parking close to the rooms. Staff is always friendly and informative. Pool is indoor so its fantastic for year round use with lots of windows, cold drinking water, towels and hot tub. Good breakfast even with COVID 19 they provide a take it with you breakfast of your choice. Always clean and comfy.

This was a great hotel. Clean and decorated nicely. The attendant at the desk was very helpful when we called in to get a reservation and he accommodated our request to be on the first floor. I wish the COVID-19 was not going on at the time so we could have enjoyed the dining area for our breakfast. The grab and go breakfast was ok.

I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and this one is a cut above most. Nicely decorated room with a large TV. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Well maintained facility in a good safe location.

Our family stayed here for two nights to visit a local family member during the pandemic. We had three rooms, one with a king and two with 2 queens. The staff were very friendly and efficient and quick to try and honor a request (i.e. extra pillows). The beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are clean, however the decor and bathroom area are in need of a facelift. The only real negative though is that we were charged a regular rate to stay at this property during a time when the usual amenities were not available due to COVID-19. A more proper gesture would have been to offer some sort of discount on the rate since breakfast and the pool and fitness center were off limits.

The location and the room were just perfect for what we needed in Las Vegas that weekend. Also thanks for being open during the covid-19 pandemic. Thanks also for being open during this time of global shutdown. All the casinos where we usually stay were closed. We were so grateful that you were open for business.

Great place to stay. I was greater the first day, fast check in, they answer all my questions and gave me everything I asked for. Good rooms very clean and smell good. Good breakfast. Had good AC. Bathroom was nice an clean. Check out was fast and easy.

All doorways were restricted entry except for one. Also finding a soiled diaper under your bed right before checkout is an excellent way to wrap up your stay here!!! This place doesn't deserve to be a plus, let a lone hold the BEST WESTERN name. SHAME ON Y'ALL

Terrible! Absolutley hands down the WORST experience I have ever encounted with a hotel in all the years I have been travelling. From the first call to reserve to the dissapointing behavour of staff on arrival. I called to reserve two seperate stay dates. I was told to book on line. I actually was suprised at the bad attitude I recieved, but said, no, as I have you on a call I would like the reservation to be made. He grumbled under his breadth and continued. He was very rude and obviously did not want to do a call in person reservation. I booked two different dates. When I arrived at the hotel for my first stay, I was told there was no reservation, odd since they had taken the first nights stay from my visa. Several times, while I was trying to figure out why I was paying twice and where my booking was he said the same thing. you can go elsewhere. I again explained what had happened about the incorrectly booked dates and I needed a refund as it was not my mistake. I was brushed off with an investigation and rude attitude I asked for the General manager name and number. I called Erica Wells three times. Left three messages and no return. I pride myself on being reasonable, but absolutely felt disgusted the way I have been treated. Having someone at the head of a business and in a managment position, teaching that, that behavour is okay is and to respond to a guest complaint in such a rude and unbelievable way it is now understandable.

This was a very comfortable visit. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The food was very tasty! The food clerk kept everything in the serving area very clean, stocked, well organized and hot and fresh! My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable except for the pillows which were a little lumpy. But overall it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

This was a great booking. Close to the Kellogg soccer fields, near businesses and restaurants, and a friendly knowlegeable staff, who were well versed in the local area. Pool,hot tub, good hot and cold breakfast area. The property is hard to see from the main street, be prepared to search a bit.

We were a large group in Vegas for a youth soccer tournament. Though this wasn't the fancy Vegas experience, the hotel is great for a large group and for its location. The staff was very patient and accommodating because some people in our group were difficult. The beds are comfortable and there is an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was provided and we were able to use the dining area to socialize and bring food in the evenings, which was nice. There is plenty of places to eat within walking and quick driving distances. I stayed in one of the suites and was told it was nicer than the regular rooms.

Clean Rooms. I like the double beds. Room was a little crammed was nice though. Very quiet. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. Loved the shower. The towel bar in the shower very smart. Parking is extremely convenient. Nice front desk clerk the morning staff were friendly and coffee is great. This hotel is also on the strip close to numerous attractions.

We always book a suite with a full kitchenette to cook our own food. I would give a rating of 5 if this property would provide kitchen items like dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish cloths and dish towels, paper towels. You know, things that are generally needed for cleaning purposes in a kitchen. This is the ONLY hotel property we have ever stayed in that does NOT provide these items in the kitchen suites. How many people do you know that pack these items for their flight to a hotel/stay far away from home?

My wife and I stayed here at their suit and it was great for the price and services received. I would recommend their hotel as a must try. Suite has stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. There's a kitchen table too and sofa bed along with the king size bed.

Really great place! Love the indoor pool. The staff is really nice and helpful and the room it's not only spacious but great looking. I just got to find out where I can get one of those pillows because I woke up feeling so great the next morning.

I booked here for one night. Was by myself. I checked in late at night. Check in was smooth without much issue. I got room right in front of the breakfast area. Upon entering the room, I found lack of light in the room. There was ample space for 1-2 people in the room. I found the room to be clean. The bed itself was very comfortable. But the room being in front the breakfast area woke up early to the noise. Wish it was a bit more sound proof, but you get what you pay for i guess. I found the shower to be very good with nice pressure. The bathroom was of decent size. The room was equipped with tea and coffee maker. The breakfast was just at most average. I need water and couldn't find anything. I had tea which got cold, but the toast was okay. All in all it was okay. I might stay here again!

We arrived early and our room was not ready. The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to find us another room so we could get situated. Our thanks to her for that consideration! The motel was extremely clean and situated close to our destinations. Our room had a kitchenette and that certainly came in handy. The next mornings breakfast was delicious and consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes , waffles, pastries, yogurt, juices and, of course, hot coffee or tea. Our checkout was seamless and we would have no qualms about choosing this motel in the future!

My wife and 2 kids were looking for a place away from the strip and we decided to come here based on good reviews, hot breakfast, and the indoor pool even though it was a little more expensive then alternatives we were looking at. Turns out we had a few issues: * To begin the indoor pool was closed and the front desk didn't seem to know much about it, but eventually said it would be open in the morning. The next morning it was still closed and the front desk said they didn't know anything about it, but it should be open by 9. After 9 we asked again and they said maintenance was working on it and they were unsure of when it would be done. It didn't seem to cross her mind to talk to maintenance and get an answer. We decided we didn't want to wait around any longer to waste more of our time so we left without swimming. Our kids were disappointed to say the least. * In terms of cleanliness and quality it was not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but it could definitely use some upgrades and a little TLC. It seemed overpriced for the location and quality. I'm sure some of that is the indoor pool, but that didn't work out for us. * Hot breakfast wasn't anything special. It was more than a continental, but not as good as what I had read in the reviews. Historically I've had more success with Best Westerns, but this may sway me away from going there in the future.

This location is clean and well kept. The indoor pool and hot tub being open 24hrs is a big plus for the kids. Rooms and clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel and will stay again when we come back to town.

In the middle of the night we smell burning smell someone decided to set off firecracker made the whole place toxic smell. Cannot just turn on the shower . One must pull very hard to get it work. And you cannot control the. Temp of the water.. provide to register the promotional for me so I can received the credit . Which he did not do.

This best western is awesome... right in the middle to get anywhere in Vegas within minutes but, far enough from all of the crazy stuff on the strip... there is also an outback, and a few other restaurants within walking distance...

Friendly staff at the reception. Clean and good rooms, but needs upgrade.. some of it wornout. Towles felt like cardboard. Isolation between the rooms non exisiting. You could hear people talk and fight.. and steps above. Was impossible to sleep. Beds are large and comfortable. The tv had only 1 channel. Breakfast ok-if you can eat everything (but with food allergies you will struggle)

This is a really clean and awesome hotel. Price is great and the location, are by the strip. With the place being dog friendly and indoor pool, it solves all the problems. The rooms are up to date, with free breakfast

Have stayed here before & will again due to proximity to family member's home. Property is clean & well-maintained inside & out, staff are friendly & helpful, always smiling. We look forward to our stays here during the holidays each year.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Pool and spa are open 24 hours. Very close to shopping and restaurants. 15 minute ride to Reynolds Hall and Symphony Park. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse. Good place to stay away from the Strip.

I usually stay at Hilton or IHG properties. I decided to try this hotel due to the location. After a long day of traveling, I arrived at the hotel, looking forward to settling in and getting some sleep. I had reserved a room with a king bed ( I'm 6'2” ). I get my key and head to the room. I was given a room with 2 queen beds. When I asked what happened, I was was told the only king rooms were “pet-friendly”. Then I try to connect to the internet, and it doesn't work. I called the hotel's isp, and didn't receive any help. I went through the common area on the way to dinner, and decided to try the WiFi there. It worked fine. They just couldn't be bothered with fixing the WiFi apparently. It wouldn't have been as infuriating, if they took ownership of the issues, and done something to address them. Save yourself some aggravation and stay elsewhere.

the pool area was cold and dirty. the food was cold and not of good quality, looked bad. the baseboards in the bathroom were comming off. the internet would not let me log in, the complete stay. this hotel was not worth the price! the beds were not good beds.

Had the worst experience ever at the Best Western Plus Las Vegas West. Do not recommend anyone to stay In this hotel and will NEVER stay in another one of your hotels. The front desk agente who did my check out, Tony (according to him Tony the Tiger because he is great - great mistreating guests), was extremely rude and yelled at me because I was asking if he had rooms with direct access to the parking lot. Long story short he is someone who should never, never be able to work attending people. When I tried to make a formal complaint this morning and asked for the manager, Erica Mills, she left me waiting for 15 minutes and didn't show up to see why I was asking for her. Perfect example of bad customer service from begging to end. Great job choosing and training your employees.

We stayed here when visiting Las Vegas. We didn't want to stay on the strip so this was a nice hotel in a more residential area. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good. They had fried eggs, tater tots, bacon, pastries, orange juice, cereal, etc.

Good proximity to the strip as well as the Las Vegas Ballpark which I had an event at. Quiet area with no issues whatsoever throughout the stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance were all extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay here again rather than the strip!

Rooms in this hotel are nice enough, but in the evenings the hotel seems to be run by one person and so the front desk is frequently unattended while the person attends to other matters elsewhere. On top of that the room cards seem to stop working nightly, requiring a long wait at the unattended front desk for someone to show up to reactivate the card. Tonight that person was extremely rude, arguing with me over how long I actually had had to wait, and dismissing my polite complaints with a lecture about the 80+ other rooms he had to attend to. When I told him I felt his talking back to me wasn't appropriate, he said "Sir I am not a child, only my parents can complain about my backtalk." I have some sympathy for the fact that this employee is left with too much to deal with by himself. The hotel should have sufficient staff to handle ordinary volume of activity, and clearly they do not. That is the fault of management. At the same time, this employee ought to have simply listened to my reasonable complaint and told me he understood. Instead he talked back and decided to give me a lecture. As it happened, I had just come back from putting a family member in the hospital. He couldn't have known that, but that's why you should deal with guests professionally and respectfully, even when they are frustrated, rather than arguing with them. The hospitality business requires empathy. This employee forgot that tonight.

Nice quiet stay. Easy to get anywhere around Vegas. Glad was away from the Strip. Plenty of parking. Well lit parking lot. Common areas clean. Pool and spa areas were clean. Beds were comfortable - slept well.

This was a good experience for the price. The location is good for access to the airport, Strip, Red Rock, and Mount Humphrie. Be sure to have dinner and breakfast at The Lakes Lounge within walking distance.

Located in Summerlin ,approx 10 minute drive off of I15, this BWP is very quiet and does not have slot machines ......there is an Outback Restaurant 50 yards away and numerous other restaurants close by......the room itself was updated but the bathroom could use some TLC although it was not unacceptable....the breakfast room is being renovated and looks as though it will be quite nice .....breakfast was served in the lobby and was one of the best " hot" breakfast we have had at a BWP with a nice variety ....continental breakfast supplies were also provided....ample parking and staff was pleasant.....perfect for our stay in Las Vegas without the " hoopla" of Vegas....

During my five night stay, staff were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast (0630-0930) which includes hot dishes and free parking. The hotel is conveniently located in an area that is walking distance to Outback Steakhouse, Burger King, 7-11, and Charlie's Lakeside Casino.

Its a war zone, with rooms closed, things broken and dirty. They should discount the room rate until it is fixed. The lobby restroom overflowed. The shower handle was loose and flimsy. The desk had to come up and turn on the water.

we Use this motel ever time we visit family in Vegas. Very clean and good breakfasts. Young lady at the front desk is always very helpful and accommodating. The pool is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with our grandkids.

A great hotel we found it so easy to get to the rooms are good the beds are great and the staff they made us feel like family thank you Jasmine, Eddy and Jeffery for making our stay enjoyable lloking forward to our next visit to Las Vegas

This hotel is in a great location near the red rocks. Away from the hustle of the strip, but just a short ride to get to the strip if you want. Definitely would recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Didn't like that the guy charged me double the holding deposit as we discussed I would be paying differently at check out. There were also mice droppings in both night stands. Breakfast???? Breakfast was comparable to Econo Lodge or something of the like. I've stayed at MANY Best western's and this one was subpar.

The staff at this location were awesome. Too bad we weren't notified about renovations until arrival. The exercise room was closed and the breakfast area was relocated to the front lobby. We had 5 families stay this weekend and several of us regularly workout. Because the breakfast area was relocated to the lobby, it made for a tight fit for guest trying to get a meal. They couldn't offer waffles due to lack of space and there was a long line just to make toast. The heating elements for the sausage and eggs weren't working properly which yielded cold breakfast. Staff did respond immediately to the concern. Rooms are nice though and the area is very convenient with amenities.

This location is a little hard to find if you are driving. The overpowering sign from the street is a fast food place. The hotel is a little dated but overall not bad. There was some construction around the lobby area when we stayed which left a little bit of a mess & was quite noisy while eating breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this same hotel. It is close to everything we need (shopping, restaurants, entertainment). We will be staying here again when we come back next year.

Great place with a great price close to down down but out far enough to be quite. Room clean and comfortable. Pool was clean. Breakfast very good but normal for a plus. Staff very knowledgeable of area and willing to help. If you don't want to stay with all the other people in Vagus this is the place for you.

The hotel allows for pets, but does not separate the business traveler from those who bring pets. So be sure you are not next to a room that has pets if you plan to sleep. The cleanliness of the room is okay, but a few areas should have been double checked as they were not wiped down really good. The price that the hotel charges is not much of a deal considering there are so many options in Las Vegas. I chose the location because I had business meetings nearby.

We picked this motel because it gave us a good base to see the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon and the various sights of Las Vegas. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity. We had a motel room with basic cooking facilities and a dishwasher, so it meant we could dine-in if we wanted to (which we did). Groceries can be purchased near-by. Breakfast was in our rooms and we prepared it.

Spent the night to see family before heading home. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Nice pool and hot tub. There is a Outback restaurant across the parking lot which was really convenient as I was tired of driving. Would stay there again if I find myself in the area again.

We needed a predictable place to stay and we got it. Good service and facilities and maybe even better than that was the quality of guests we met. Additionally, we were accompanied by our Labrador and the accommodations were perfect for her too!

Everything from the location, staff, amenities, and rooms was perfect! Will definitely stay again when in the area. It was nice staying off the strip and not having to deal with all the traffic and parking.

This hotel was very nice with very good amenities, the staff, especially Jasmine and Bryan were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was continental but had everything you could ask for in my opinion. The fitness room was small but practical and everything worked unlike some places I've stayed at. I've stayed here several times and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful unlike some of the reviews have stated. The parking lot is adequate and has good lighting. There is plenty of places close by to eat and walking distance, especially Bambinos which is behind the hotel, and other things close by. The strip isn't too far at all either

We were traveling with our 6 year old grandson and found this to be a perfect fit. The room we got had two queens and a sofa pull out. It was large and spacious and left us plenty of moving around room. The room was clean and the bed gets my nomination for the most comfortable hotel bed in a very long time. We stayed on the bottom floor, which is very easy to get to from the sloping parking lot. There is a door right off the parking lot to the 100 rooms. Very convenient for grandparents carrying stuff in and out. We also like the walkability to several good restaurants and appreciated the casino free, smoke free environment. We have family and friends in the west end of Las Vegas and this hotel made getting around the west end of town with minimal traffic problems a breeze. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Best Western Plus Las Vegas West. Room and common areas were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, towels were thick & absorbent. Breakfast was wonderful, all we could ask for and more. Yogurt, cold cereal, hot cereal, juice, coffee & tea, pastries, muffins, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, cut up melon & pineapple, as well as daily hot foods: eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, and tater tots. We had biscuits and gravy one morning. Food was refilled promptly, cold things were kept cold and hot foods were kept hot. Our only problem was there was a problem with the waffle maker and the batter that they could not seem to resolve. We encountered none of the problems with breakfast mentioned in some other reviews. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool area was clean. The outside landscaping was very nice and well maintained. Off the strip, but just a short drive to the Strip or to Red Rock Canyon. We would have no problem staying here again.

Well where do I start? Ok here after driving over 7 hours I called Best western for directions to the hotel gave my reservation number and I was told there was no reservation for Renee Brown was told it was canceled. I said I didn't cancel to make a long story short that morning Best Western ran my credit card and it declined. I use NepSpend so it has to be loaded at the time of making the reservation all is required is a card to hold the room Not to charge,anyway I called Corporate where I made the reservations going back and forth sold out $428 later I interned my room. 4 days and 3 nights room very nice plenty of space. I slept good that night breakfast wonderful Friday morning, but Saturday and Sunday not l understand the weekend but your breakfast should be the Same or not more on the weekends. All in All I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is fine ... if you don't have a pet. We feel as though we were misled when booking and will book with la Quinta in the future . We had our dog kenneled while we went to run some errands in the air conditioned room and received a call saying she could not be left unattended. We were unaware of this as it's not the policy at other pet friendly hotels who allow you to as long as the animal is kenneled and quiet . We requested a refund and they refused to give us as we booked through Expedia . We then called Expedia and the hotel would not answer their calls. Regardless I'm displeased with the costumer service and this will be the last time I ever stay at a best western with a dog.

The worst hotel experience ever!! Heres my advice; only give feedback to corporate customer service. DO NOT communicate it with GM, Erica or her manager, Jasmine. Professionalism is lost here!! Stay at another hotel to have a good experience.

When we arrive at Best Western Plus Las Vegas West, checking-in process was nice with Brian very professional, the following morning went to breakfest at 9:15 am, there was "no" hot Breakfest items out and limited other items which needed to be refilled, waited about 15 minutes still nothing, went to the front desk and talked to Eddie and was told they would not be refilling, we were not the only people waiting and that we arrived prior to 9:30 am time. With that returned to our room which they had already made up for the day, but "no" towels left and only half a roll to toilet paper, on our way out asked desk clerk Eddie to make sure we got towels and toilet paper and second room was made up, we returned late that night, "no" toilet paper or towels, as for the second room made up but "no" towels. The following morning went down to extend our stay one day which went smooth. Prior to leaving this property talked with front dest supervisor Jasime which I talked to her about the issue, also mentioned that there was an issue with the door closing too and would like the General Manager (GM) to contact me before I left the property. Returned to my room to finish things up to depart which we had no water, went to the front desk about this and they advise me they had a problem and turned it off, there was no contact about the situation, which delay us departing. On my way out I stopped to see if the General Manager was available to talk with, when I approached the front desk I notice GM rushing into her office, I talked to Jasmine told her that I had not heard from the GM, which she turned and told me that she had more important thing going on, which I feel she could have taken a minute before leaving the property if no possible call me later that day, I reiterated my concerns with Jasmine about the whole situation at the property at which she started to turn thing back in my face twisting thing around! was not looking for confrontation with her just looking for resolution to the issues experience during my stay at the property. I felt that "NO" one would address these issues. I contacted Corporate Office about what had transpired at the property spoke with Eric same day after checking out on 04/08/2019 Best Western Plus LAS VEGAS WEST Property, case number 1904083560, was told by Eric that someone would be contacting me in the next 24-48 hours. Still to date have yet to hear back from the General Manager Erica Mills Best Western Plus Las Vegas West or Corporate office. I feel that this is a slap in the face, common courtesy would be to follow through getting back with the customer to ensure thing were handle and addressed. Nothing Nothing Nothing. During this trip I stayed at two more property which customer service was not an issue Cottonwood Sandy Utah and Lodge Boise Idaho. I think you should consider reviewing how they take care of there customers.... I Will be looking at new flag properties for furture travel over Best Western since no one wants to do there JOB/TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

Request a room on 2nd or 3rd floor. We stayed in room with kitchen in the remodeled area...huge space. Very comfortable bed, living, dining areas with kitchen stocked with basics. Stayed several days and was glad we had this larger space to relax in after busy days in Vegas. Go to the burger king entrance on Sahara to get to the reception area. Laundry can be done with coins or downloading an app...easy to use and a big help when you don't want to chase change.

Went on a trip to visit family in Las Vegas. Found a good deal on this hotel, so we stayed here. All the staff were very nice and polite ranging from Kevin, Bryan and a night shift woman whom I forgot the name of. The hotel overall was quiet so I slept pretty well. Hot tub and pool were a nice break. Only issues were that I could hear my neighbor upstairs as they walked around and the A/C in our room seemed to run loud. Still, it was quiet and cool. I'd stay here again.

This is a great hotel! No casino was a pleasure. Rooms are large and very nicely decorated with very nice amenities. Very clean! Staff is very friendly. Parking is easy and plentiful! Breakfast was one of the best! Would highly recommend this property.

Spent 5 days with the husband and dog here. No complaints. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and any infractions (pot smoking) were handled immediately by staff. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the facilities were clean. They lost a star from me because of the age of the hotel.

We were visiting family in summerlin so it worked great. The breakfast was great and bed was comfy. The fitness center wasn't a lot but luckily it's close by our gym that we could go to instead. Overall great!

Quiet hotel away from the strip. Room was small and hotel has older decor, but staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety for any taste. The bed was older - about 5 years - and kind of lumpy.

Visiting Las Vegas but can believe the prices on the strip? This hotel is about $20 Lyft ride from all the action. At $100 a night below strip prices, it makes good sense! Not for everyone, but worked for us.

I stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms which was as nice as a full-service Hyatt or Hilton. I travel for business and our company typically stays at Marriott, Hilton and Hyatts so was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, bed, and décor, down to the plush towels. I look forward to staying there again.

My daughter pick up head lice at the Sahara and Durango location the staff was rude insisting that we picked it up from somewhere or we spent the night out in the middle of my stay at the hotel and she got it that way. We were in that hotel for seven consecutive days we didn't stay anywhere else. I called corporate and they said that they would accommodate me once I am moved out I never received a callback from corporate or any follow up about the incident with my daughter at the best Western

We stayed here twice for a total of a week and found it to be a good, clean hotel in a convenient location for restaurants (a few within walking distance), shopping and for exploring Red Rock Canyon. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Had to take my dog to Vegas for surgery and I live far enough out of the area that it required an overnight stay. Have stayed in pet accommodating hotels in Vegas in the past, all were awful. This Best Western Plus was excellent, and an exception to that rule. Clean hotel, exceptionally clean room. Typically the rooms you stay at that allow dogs are not nice. This room was a normal room. Highly recommend.

I was there overnight for business and didn't have time to use the workout room but it looked quite adequate. After having beautiful, fresh buffet breakfasts in the EU, I am amazed at how we rave about these sugar-filled, powdered egg, greasy sausage breakfasts. There were a lot of choices, but not many healthy ones.

We stayed 6 nights here in a basement room #123. A girls soccer team was there and they were running up and down the stairs until late in the evening. One morning someones dog was barking at 4 a.m..The ceiling was falling down, the closet door wouldn't close, and they did not vacuum the food debris in the hall despite us asking at the front desk.

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and when you travel as much as I do, it's nice if someone recognizes you and remembers you. There's a young lady who works here by the name of Jasmine. She always remembers me (and other guests!). And always provides excellent customer service. The whole staff is awesome really! Hotel is clean and very well kept.

Jazmin at the Front Desk was always so helpful with everything Wonderful Buffet Breakfast, Kept fresh and Full constantly, varies a little day by day, waffle maker, Fresh Pastries, Breads, Eggs (Powdered) Bacon sometimes, Sauages sometimes, Pool and Hot Tub clean and Nice, Big towels always kept up. We had a queen suite reserved and found it did not have a sofa. Called for a rollaway cot which was delivered within 10 min. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was large with the bed - sitting area and a small kitchen area with table & chairs. Everything was in great condition and updated. The breakfast was adequate but could have had more choices for fresh fruit. We would not hesitate to recommend this motel to others. Restaurants and convenience stores are close.

The staff were so friendly and generous in finding a room for us even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. The room was very comfortable with an extra large bed and thick towels. The breakfasts were normal with very good meats and bread choices. The only item that could have been improved was the eggs. Still I would highly recommend this motel.

Room was ice cold when we got there. It was about 42 outside and the thermostat said 51 in the room. Went to use the pool...same deal. Room was like ice so why pay for an indoor pool when they cant even bother to heat the room? Breakfast was typical but the dining room was too small to get a seat so we couldn't eat. Beds were okay and the room was clean. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not.

This hotel by far exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the room, breakfast, and staff that we stayed an additional night before continuing our travel. Thank you for makimg the stay for us and our two teenagers comfortable!

The suite with a kitchenette was huge and so clean. The bed (King) was the best and had the best sleep. Very quiet hotel and close to everything (not the strip). The breakfast was more than expected and very good. Loved the pool and went swimming. All in all, would definitely stay there again and will recommend. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Six miles west of The Strip there is a very clean, attractive motel surrounded by good restaurants, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub, a work out center, and a good breakfast, in a residential part of town, that I found to be surprisingly attractive and guest focused. Not a slot machine in sight! No dazzling lights, nor crowds. After a long day's drive, I was dreading dealing with Las Vegas, and the freeway construction nearly did me in. But then, voila, I found that I had made reservations at an oasis of calm and quiet and hot-tub delight. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming again and again.

The overall experience was excellent. But for someone who smokes like me, I find it very inconvenience that they have no smoking rooms there. Being that it is in Nevada, you wouldn't find that, but as I was told that most hotels that don't have a casino are non smoking. I would tell anyone that doesn't smoke that it is a great hotel. And the breakfast is good. But for non smokers, I would not recommend unless you don't mind having to go outside.

We have stayed at numerous Best Western hotels across the country. We would rank this as one of the best! The rooms were clean and quiet and had comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking with easy access into the hotel. We definitely would stay here again.

Went to Vegas for family celebration. First time staying at Best Western Plus Las Vegas West, will be back. Hotel is spotless and quite, stall very friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful, close and free.

When I arrived I was told the computer was down and to return in a half hour. When I returned the woman at the desk said that the credit card was declined and she had tried to call that morning to advise. She stated that she left a message, but no one returned the call so they cancelled the reservation. She offered to give me the room however, for $50.00/night more. A check with the credit card provider stated the card was never declined. None of the 3 phones had a message from Best Western. Vegas was sold out, and I paid twice the rate, rather then stay at the site. I will never use Best Western again and will let my friends on social media and other sites know of my experience with this company.

Very nice clean Motel, The rooms are very nice, clean and beds are really comfortable with some great choices of pillows. The only complaint we had was with the breakfast, out of the things we wanted and when the items were replaced we were all done with our second choices. The flat eggs they served were not very good. Everything about our stay was excellent, except breakfast. I would stay here again if I was in the area and eat at Mcdonald's.

The strip has become extremely expensive so we thought we would try something different. This is an ideal choice, ten minutes from the strip and close to several restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by a very helpful and enthusiastic Daniel on the front desk in a very clean and airy reception area. The room was perfect, newly decorated and furnished. immaculately clean with all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast was reasonable and there was ample seating. Parking is plentiful and no parking fees. A perfect place for visiting attractions not on the strip. We would certainly stay here again.

I was driving through Las Vegas, on my way home from Utah, and needed a quiet place, in a nicer neighborhood, to crash for the night. I stumbled upon this location and walked in to find out about availability. The front desk area was clean and tidy and the employee was quick to help! I could not have asked for me. The location was great! Away from the strip, no resort fee, free breakfast and a nice, clean and comfortable room. Next time I'm in town, I'll likely book here!

Had some repairs being done at home and decided to have a staycation at this Best Western hotel down the street from us. From the moment we walked in to check in we were treated with great customer service and friendly staff. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi open 24 hrs, full breakfast with lots of options, and its within walking distance to various eateries. We found the room to be nice and clean, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator, and great channel line up! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

This hotel does what it says on the tin , no fees and it was clean and the staff was helpful. Car parking was so easy there I a small pool and your right in the middle of the strip would I recommend yes I would 100%

We were going to RedRock Canyon, and this was a perfect location to stay. One of the best Best Westerns that we have stayed at.excellent facilities, very clean, good breakfast and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend ed

Bed was nice and comfy but if the room didn't have fleas it would have been super amazing. Plus housekeeping doesn't arrive until 9 am which leaves the guest to get extra towels which the front desk is limited.

Nice, clean, updated motel with Comfortable beds. A tad bit on the expensive side, but will definitely stay there again as the location, amenities, and quality of facility was perfect for us and our needs.

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay. We came back and, if anything, this place has gotten even better. The rooms are excellent, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. It took us an average of 15 min. to get to the strip. Very easy drive. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The only complaint was they had the same omlet with salsa every single day. Would have been nice to have scrambled or boiled eggs as an option. The fresh fruit melon medley was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No cameras on building,had all my tools taken from trailer,low income houses behind the hotel,we noticed people looking over the wall to see who they could rob,we were there 20 days,3 people plus us robbed in three weeks,not just trailers,cars and trucks also,dont stay in this hotel,they act like its the first time,people are getting robbed every night

Great location on West side of Las Vegas close to many amenities for both business and leasure. Rooms comfortable WiFi works well staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed here many times over the last couple of years and always receive great service would recommend for comfort and convenience

This hotel has an indoor heated pool and spa which is very rare in Las Vegas hotels. The indoor pool and spa is open for 24 hours. The rooms are big and clean and has modern decor. This hotel also serves breakfast. This hotel is also very accessible and close enough to the Las Vegas Strip without experiencing the chaos of a tourist strip. It is also close to the Red Rock Canyon, Spring Mountain Ranch to name a few.

I booked this particular Best Western based on its location and its amenities. When I arrived I was informed that the pool was closed. This was one of the amenities I was interested in because the daily temperatures hovered around a hundred and five degrees and I wanted to be able to utilize the pool to cool down. I don't see any reason why in the year 2018 in major chains such as Best Western cannot post on its website that one of its amenities that it is sure to promote 2 potential buyers is not even functioning. To make matters worse I was placed in a room at the far end of the building and the staff at check-in told me that Wi-Fi is spotty on that end of the building. During my 4-day stay I was not once able to log into the Wi-Fi because the Wi-Fi was not spotty but actually not functioning on that end of the building. Again, I don't see how a major chain in this day and age is not able to get Wi-Fi in all parts of the building and I have good reason to believe that the staff actually knows that Wi-Fi is not operational in certain parts of their building but yet they will tell visitors that it is spotty when in fact they won't be able to connect. It is for those two reasons that I would not recommend staying at this location.

I enjoyed my stay. I dealt with Daniel. He was super friendly and I appreciated that. He even remembered my name later when I saw him in the hall. The location is very convenient. The hotel was very clean. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. It's close to everything that we needed for our stay. The place is clean and in walking distance from restaurants and gaming if you desire. The staff is courteous and friendly and helpful.

I phoned ahead, asking if an upgrade might be available for a Diamond Rewards member and was told that I could get upgraded to a nice king room. They actually phoned me about an hour later to tell me that a room was available with a jetted tub. Daniel at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful when I checked in and throughout my visit. It was walking distance to an Outback Steakhouse. Will come back gladly.

Booked at the last minute for a family gathering. Lumpy bed. King size so I found a hollow to get sleep, but not much. Quiet, friendly staff, but had to ask for bath towels on last day. OK but not again.Decent breakfast, I guess, for Las Vegas. Included as I would not pay for it elsewhere. Allow dogs so it has advantages. Linens wrinkled and not ironed.

A very nice hotel!!!! It was so nice to check into this place after a long drive like 7 hours away. Great staff and very comfy bed. I would stay here again in a new york second. I only wish the prices were cheaper so I can travel more!!!!!!!

This was our fourth time at this hotel; we've always had a good experience and look forward to coming back when we're passing through Las Vegas. It's a great place to stay, away from the strip, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby for anything you forgot to pack. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the staff is really friendly. Decent breakfast, small fitness room, and plenty of parking.

They did not fix the issues with the bath tub. It would of been better to spend another 10.00 a night and stay somewhere nicer. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, but they did not respond to the bathroom issues at all.

The hotel was very nice, comfy bed, friendly staff, 24 hour pool, slippers in the closet if you forgot yours. Towels were nice as well. Would definitely stay again! Stayed in bed so missed the breakfast so I can't rate it but they had guest laundry and exercise room.

I stay at Best Western Plus hotels on a regular basis. Usually it's a good experience but not this time. We checked in the day before and requested a quiet room. Upon arrival we were placed in what they later referred to as "one of the two worst rooms". It was in the basement and there was no view as the window was covered over half way up with a pile of construction gravel. I could still live with that and the normal hotel noise but the off balance washing machines by our room woke us at 7:00am and after coming back for a nap we were woke again by the maids having very loud conversations and laughing outside our door. Our room was directly across from laundry facilities and the staff break room. Daniel was terrific, took notes for the manager and added a request for her to call me. I tried to call her for three days with each time being told she wasn't in but was expected. On the fourth day I called and was told she was in and placed on hold. I was then told she was unavailable and I left my number AGAIN. Still no response after 5 days since my first attempt.

Stayed one night on business and did not want to do the whole casino thing. I'm glad we stayed there as it was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was in great condition with perfect pillows. Our flight was late so we didn't get in until 11. The guy at the front desk had all the keys ready so checkin was extremely fast, which was nice because we had to get up early. The breakfast was good.

This is a good place to stay if you just have business close by and don't want to stay in a hotel or a busy area. My wife has cancer and taking chemo at mountain view hospital. We tried other places close by but they were just not comfortable. We found this place to be very clean and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a one queen unit that has a small kitchen with plates, silverware and utensils. Restaurants and stores close by. Walking distance to multiple fast food. About 2 miles to highway 95, with easy access. Seven miles to hospital, took us 10 minutes at 8am rush hour. We will stay here until our ordeal is over.

I booked a double queen room for a family of four as a start to a family road trip. The location was close to relatives who we were hoping to see for brunch before our trip. We arrived at 10:45 at night, and were checked into a single king room, which would not accommodate our family. The person at the desk could not find a roll away, and simply told us there was nothing he could do to help. I explained that it was now his responsibility to find a place for four people to sleep. My kids were already falling asleep on our single king bed. He reluctantly called some hotels, but they were full, and he basically abandoned us, late at night, with two young kids, and no place to stay. Eventually, another staff member found a single rollaway. Out of desperation, I slept in the king with two kids and my husband slept in the rollaway. During this experience, four additional people checked in to two double queen rooms, and got their keys. So, apparently the hotel had the rooms I needed, I just couldn't have them. I was also told that the room I'd originally been booked into wasn't available because the shower head was broken. When I swore we didn't need the shower, the kid at the desk informed me that it was

Made reservation on line. Good access from CR 215. Easy check in, warm chocolate chip cookies available. Outside and inside immaculate. Room very clean, everything worked fine. Very friendly staff. Price good for Las Vegas. Had lower level room but no noise issues. A very good stay, would visit there again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a cross-country relocation for work. We wanted to experience the Strip, but didn't want to break the bank or be annoyed by the huge crowds. This hotel delivered and then some. From check-in to check-out our stay was super relaxing. We were able to get to the Strip and back for less than $20 and still have a great night of sleep. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience Vegas on a budget.

the Breakfast was always late on my 2 days stay and personnel was not very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel personnel need to be more tents to their guest. Cost of the room was affordable. Again, my only complaint was the personnel taking care of breakfast. Thanks, Jaime

This BWPlus is amazing from the location to the staff you will not be disappointed. Everyone is so friendly, sweet and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and beds comfortable. Breakfasts are always on time, really good and something for every taste. The pool, fitness center and office areas are also clean and nice. They even bake cookies afternoon for a special touch. We travel here to visit my son about 4times a year and wouldnt stay anywhere else.

After spending two nights on the Strip, we breathed a sigh of relief upon entering this hotel. For half the daily rate, we stayed in a room with a king-sized bed, a fridge, a desk with adjustable office chair, a clock (none in our Strip room), large closet with plenty of hangers, and a sectioned bathroom. Importantly, there were no resort fees and there was free breakfast with a good selection. Plus fresh-baked cookies at check-in. Our room was quiet and the television and internet service were very good. This hotel certainly was not run down but probably is due for a refresh soon.

We enjoyed one night at this Best Western and it was very nice. The staff was good at check in, the complimentry breakfast was fine, and there was plenty of FREE PARKING. There was no casino non-sense, just a fine motel.

We have stayed at this Best Western Plus several times. It is convenient to the Las Vegas Strip and is on the way to Red Rock Canyon and Death Valley! The rooms are very comfortable and they offer a good breakfast on the go! The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We needed a pet friendly place to stay the night & this hotel met all our needs! Friendly staff, excellent full service breakfast, excellent rooms & easy access to the freeway. There was not one negative thing to be said about our stay.

I got a rental car and thought it would have a GPS. I had to call the hotel (twice) and get directions. Daniel was patient and very nice. He was very friendly and personable. He always called me by name and inquired how the room was and if I needed anything. The first morning he asked if I needed a map and showed me how to get around town. I got a king bed room with whirl pool. The room is very large. The whirlpool (jetted tub) is in a separate room. It has 6 jets and various color lights in the water. There was plenty of hot water. There is also a small shower. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean when I arrived. The common areas are kept clean. The breakfast is basic cereal, yogurt , waffles. There was a melon/grape fruit salad as well as fresh bananas, apples. The hot dishes changed each day, included sausage/biscuits, sausage/scrambled eggs. french toast, potatoes. The area was kept very clean and food was replaced as needed. The pool and spa were always very clean and neat. There were always plenty of towels. There is construction which goes on from 8-5. So if noise is a problem in those hours ask for something away from the construction. A few areas of opportunity, Housekeeping changed towels, emptyed wastebaskets and made the bed. I was there 6 days and I don't think they wiped the counters, ran the vacuum or dusted while I was there. One day they missed my room entirely. The card key failed to work, sometimes several times a day. I would go to the front desk and they would fix it for me. They were always quick to do this and very nice but really after a while this gets old.

Great staff, great room, great experience . Will absolutely use this hotel for every stay we have in Las Vegas. Though it is away from the strip it is a great value. It is quiet, food near by, and just a short drive to the strip. It is worth it.

Located within 20-30 minutes from the strip and other tourist attractions we wanted see. Quiet area, although the hotel is going through construction outside it didn't bother us as we were awake when they started and they finished around 4:30. No noise when we wanted to relax or sleep in the evening. We were upgraded at check in which was also a bonus.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Do not west the slippers they offer in the room. They are dangerously slippery and do not grip the tile flooring. I fell and injured my back and head and when I reported it to the front desk girl, Jennifer, she didn't file am incident report or care at all. I then called the general manager and left a voicemail and still haven't heard back. Horrible staff. Not clean. Unattended front desk.

I love best western, but every time I stay here it's always something. The check in girl was rude, not towards us, but on the phone with a guest. She put them on hold and said “that's what's google for!” I don't know about you, but how rude and unprofessional! And we left something behind and called back and said there was nothing left there. So I'm just set back with the dishonesty.

We had a great experience at this hotel. I have to admit it was kind of hidden but after we found it it was great. No noise at all during the night. JAZMIN at the front desk was AMAZING. She help us navigate the city. She answered all our questions and helped us get to all our destinations. Breakfast was great. Something different everyday as far as the hot options. Housekeeping was fast and efficient.

This BW was our last stop on our 12 day road trip. We needed lodging convenient to the airport and this filled the bill perfectly. From the fresh baked cookies on the counter when we checked in to our check out the next morning, this was one of the nicest BW hotels we've used. Our room was clean, the WiFi was consistent, the bed was comfy with lots of pillows to choose from and the shower was one of the best we've had. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with a good variety to choose from. We are BW diamond reward members, and this was one of the best experiences we've had with this chain. The location was perfect for our needs with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and we would certainly stay here again if back in the area.

Enjoyed our stay at this BW Plus Hotel. Was located close, but not too close to the Las Vegas Strip. Shopping close by and they accepted pets was a huge factor for our decision to stay here. The quality of service and rooms are the reasons we will use BW Plus again.

This is our four annual visit to Las Vegas and this Best Western is our choice. Highly recommended because of the cleanliness of the grounds, lobby, hallway, rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Internet access was great. Getting to venues on the Strip is easy and quick.

I don't know when hotels stopped offering coffee makers, but I am so glad Best Western still does. Not to mention the fridge, wet bar and microwave. Since I was here to help family but also needed to work, these items were crucial in helping me to save a bit of money on eating out and be more at "home". The internet service was reliable so I could get work done and I could plug my Roku stick into the TV to relax in the evening. I'm also a big reader and so appreciated the traditional chair/lamp-corner setup. The rooms were clean, the breakfast a level above a continental (given it had great hot offerings like bacon and eggs) and the service flawless.

I stayed here for two nights- and it was bad. And to make it worse, the management doesn't seem to be concerned. The first night I get there and I found that the bathroom was filthy. There was dark hairs all over the bathtub and surround, the toilet was dirty, the floor needed to be cleaned. I immediately went down and told the front desk and was told that cleaning staff would make a special effort to clean my room the next day but was told that the cleaning staff had left for the day and nothing could be done. I asked to talk to the manager, but she was on vacation with no assistant and wouldn't be back for a week. I checked for bedbugs, found none, and since everything was full (I prepaid) I stayed and was vigilant for things crawling. I did, however, catch a few bugs and took them down to the front desk for posterity. The next day I mentioned it again to the front desk to really clean my room well. I worked all day and came back late the next day, again finding my room half-cleaned at best, with a number of little creepy, hairy bugs running around the bathroom. I told the front desk, delivering more insects to them and again, told that everyone was gone for the day. They did, however, send up a maintenance worker who looked at the bugs in the bathroom but "couldn't clean anything". Ugh. I reiterated my concern to the front desk and was told that the manager would be emailing or calling me that night or the next day. I provided all my contact information so that she would be able to communicate with me. Late that night, I went into the bathroom and found more bugs crawling out of the bathroom vent! I did not sleep well the rest of the night, and put a wet towel under the door of the bathroom to try to contain the critters. The next morning, I started off my day by dusting as many of the bugs up from the floor and dropping them in the toilet. I proceeded to take my shower and found that the water pressure seemed to be getting low as I was finishing. To my surprise, the water was getting shut off! I no longer could flush the toilet or rinse my toothbrush, or anything else. When I went down to breakfast, they were unable to make coffee because there was no water to the building. I was told that the front desk had not been told, but I overheard when the front desk person was on the phone with the water company that they had told the manager. it seems as though the manager did not care enough to warn the staff, or the guests. To date, I still have not heard from the manager or any of the management for this hotel. As I travel weekly in my work, I have stayed at a number of hotels of all types and had a wide range of experiences, but this is one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time.

This hotel's first floor is partly underground. Our room was located in this area and it was very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. Proximity to highway 95 and IKEA was one of the reasons we chose this place, we were not disappointed. Plenty of eating establishments within walking distance, also a Smith's grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with everything at this hotel. The construction was not a bother to anyone and there was no soundfrom it. The rooms are very sound insulated. Pet friendly and they have dog biscuits at the front counter. Beautiful rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. We will be back next month.

Clean and quiet! 7 minutes down the street from my Corporate office. Good restaurants within walking distance and within driving distance. Pool and fitness center a plus. Plenty of free parking. Fresh baked cookies late in the afternoon.

Our family traveled to Las Vegas for a wedding. We found the rooms here very clean and comfortable. We could spread out in the room and have enough space to be comfortable. The breakfast was better than average for continental breakfasts with options of biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, pastries, oatmeal, waffles with toppings, juices to choose from, yogurt, cereal, and more! We would definitely stay here again, and would easily recommend it to others.

If you are looking for a non-strip hotel, with a quiet atmosphere, in a great location, this is the place. It is nestled within the parking lots of Outback Steakhouse, Bambino's Pizzeria, Subway, Burger King, Trattoria restaurant and Dry Cleaners, on the corners of W Sahara & S Durango. Great Staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast where the egg & meat options change daily, along with the traditional breads, fruits, oatmeal, and waffle options served buffet style. Coffee, hot water for tea, variety of juices, milk, etc for beverages. Onsite breakfast attendant stays on top of things regarding refilling foods, beverage machines, etc. Pet, family, business friendly. 14 minutes down W Sahara to the South part of the strip, where you'll find the Gateway District and LV Convention Center. Opposite corners of hotel offer more restaurant options as well. FYI - You are not going to see this hotel from the road, so pull into one of restaurant/business' entrances and meander your way towards the hotel. Hence, why it is quiet.

This was a really nice hotel. The girls at the front counter are nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was comfortable. The bed was one of the best I've slept in. The overall experience was good.

The location of the hotel is great if you are visiting the Summerlin area. There is a nice pool, small fitness room and breakfast is included. I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is easy to locate and there are good restaurants and shopping close by.

Everything about this hotel was GREAT!!! Very nice employees here and a very comfortable facility, no problems whatsover!!I also found this hotel to be in a very good area, not so crowded like down on the strip, but so close you could do what you want anytime you wanted.

The property is clean and in good shape. Plenty of parking and well lit. Exterior appeared new and clean. The only negative I would say it that the rooms were a little dated. They were clean in in working order but an example of a problem was that the average traveler has several items to plug in like cell phone chargers, I pad and computer chargers, Digital cameras and whatever else you can imagine. The only free outlets were the two that were at the base of the lamp between the beds. But in fairness, I find most of the hotels have this problem. Other than this, the rooms looked and felt clean and nice...

Staff unprofessional and over charged me. Reservation was cancelled without notice. Rude employees. Charged twice and when asked to reverse charges I was told to call the bank. Was told manager was unavailable to speak to and never received a follow up.

If you have a car and can get around, this hotel is a great location to visit Red Rocks Canyon, the Strip and other sites in Vegas. Lots of eating and shopping options. Close proximity to Downtown Summerlin mall for more shopping and dining options.

Great location, clean and convenient. Indoor pool, workout room and good breakfast offerings. Room was super clean, comfortable bed, great shower and flat screen TV. In room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.

Good place to stay if you have business or are visiting folks in this part of Las Vegas -- or want to be away from The Strip & Downtown. Lots of near-by places to eat. The Strip is a reasonable drive away -- if you want to go there.

Hotel was more expensive than I usually stay in, but for price had more amentities that I get at other hotels. Room was very clean, full fridge, microwave etc. Breakfast was more than just muffins and coffee. Restaurants near by, nice location

This hotel is way off the strip so if your're looking for something within walking distance to casinos this is not the place for you. However if you're looking for a place away from all the traffic and craziness of the strip,as we were, this is your place. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and comfortable. I would prefer a variety in food selections from day to day. I would return to this hotel. It was nice to not be in a casino.

I always stay at this best western hotel when in Vegas.. The staff; Ashley, Jose, Jasmin, are all very friendly and helpful on every stay at this hotel...Ashley much you feel Welcome and she goes out of the way to be friendly and helpful every hour that she is there.. She helped us find new and different dining places near the hotel..We even brought pack dinner for her one night..Ashley is an asset to this hotel...Jose; I'm sorry to say that he only works on the weekends now.. All the employees at this hotel really go all out to make you feel as if you are at home when at this hotel! Thanks

I travel for business and have high expectations. I typically stay at Hyatt's and Hilton's. I was booked at this hotel because a business associate was staying there and I was very impressed with the quality of the furnishings, cleanliness, definitely designed for a business traveller. And, I love the sanitized remote. I would highly recommend this lovely little hotel.

Even during this really scary time, the staff at this Best Western pulled it off again! We had no water one morning and they dealt with it very calmly.---- Keeping the guests calm!! The morning after the shooting at Mandalay Bay, I realized I had to drive all over Las Vegas for my job. Not normally an issue but, many streets were closed due to the shooting the night before. Jazmin, at the front desk that morning, was able to help me find a 24 hour news AM station in 2 clicks of her mouse---- and in like 20 seconds! She helped me avoid the roadblocks. Always good service from Jazmin---- always happy and friendly. Fast forward a couple days to my last day and come to find out---- I have no water in my room--- no toilet, no sinks no nothing.... I was looking at stinking up Mc Carren airport.... So, I went back to the lobby and ther was a lady on 2 phones behind the desk. This turned out to be Erica. who very calmly told me that the entire area was a drought (there went my plan to spit shower at Burger King....) and she was desperately trying to find out what was going on. The water did eventually come back on (before I attempted to bath in sand....) and all was well. But, I was not the only guest in that lobby that did not have water and I watched Erica deal with some rather angry stinky folks in a way that I wish I could! Calmly, efficiently, She dealt with the problem as best she could. Neither of these events could be helped by the staff. But, the way they dealt with it.... I felt reassured.

We always stay at this hotel when in Vegas. It is easy to get to and we are always happy with the rooms and the reception, breakfast and location. There is an Outback Restaurant within walking distance. This hotel is quiet but accessible. We will continue to stay here.

you'll probably get better hotel with the same price. It was okay hotel. Nothing fancy about it. Staffs put average effort for average quality. Not a bad hotel but just not an excellent one. I'll probably stay away from this hotel. I've had better ones.

Went to Vegas for an event and found this location to be very convient to Sumerlin and Henderson. We have stayed here several times and the beds are good and the rooms are clean. Breakfast has hot items as well as fruit and breads. We will return.

This hotel had everything we wanted...nice quiet rooms, clean beds, hot showers, good breakfast, and friendly staff. No complaints really at all...do be aware though that they require a $100 room deposit in addition to the hotel rate. You get the extra $100 refunded in 4-5 days, or however long it takes your bank.

So displeased with my stay. Ashely was very unprofessional! At one point our keys didn't work and she couldn't care less. No greeting or welcoming when we walked into the lobby. No apologies for the keys not working. She was horrid. We came back later that night and she was there with what seemed to be her personal friends talking loud and she saw us walk by and yelled “hello” real professional of a place! Horrible place. Room was filthy. Floors not vacuumed, found hair on the bed and on the laundry bag. Sick! Noise level, you could hear everything! People slamming doors, running around. Breakfast was bad. Cold and hard food. The attendant was no where to be found she came in once and that's all we saw of her. Check out was annoying. We were told we would get the folios under the door and we never did! I'll take my business to a different best western and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is very easy to find. It seems to be secluded from the major streets.There is ample parking and the grounds are very clean. Great Lobby area. NIce pool and fitness area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about Jazmin and her professionalism. She presents herself very well. She made us feel right at home. Thank you for a great stay.

Wish all the Best Westerns were this nice. Had a WARM indoor pool, spa not too hot, great big guest room and comfy bed and pillows. Walking distance to Outback, Black Bear Restaurant, Subway, and even a small casino. VERY NICE

A good choice if you want to be in that area. The good: The bed - very comfortable. Easy access - no traipsing through casinos. It's a compact hotel. Room was renovated with new carpet and dark wood furniture. Free breakfast. Not wonderful, but good in a pinch. Nice staff. Lots of outlets. The not so good: It's still an older hotel, despite the renovations. Bathrooms are rather dated. Little counter space in bathroom/sink area. Loud A/C.

My wife and I took our vacation to see the sights and it was perfect. Close to Red rock Canyon( which you can hike trails), walking distance to shopping and close to the strip.Hotel was clean and quiet.Full breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am.We fully enjoyed our vacation.

Everything at this hotel was perfect! Jazmin at the Front Desk was very helpful and professional. She should be complimented. No matter how busy the lobby got, she was there to assist, and was calm and professional. She did her job well and with a smile. Great customer service she provided. Thank you! No complaints.

Lots of everything close by. Loved indoor pool and hot tub. Also had an elevator. beds were so comfy. Grocery store next door. Expressways nearby. Plenty of parking. Had my husband and two grand kids/ All the strip casinos seem to have outdoor pools and far away from your rooms/. Nice to have yours indoor and towels from BW for you to use.

Really Nice Hotel in the midrange costs!! Pool is open 24hrs and never crowded.....Comfortable rooms with black-out curtains!! Centrally located so easy distance to the strip.. Breakfast wasn't that good but I did get down to the dining area right before the were cleaning up! Have stayed here 3 times now and every time it is pleasant and cost effective.

There was insects in my room, and bed. I brought to the attention of the employees of the hotel and they were very rude and was laughing at my bad experience. I asked if I could move rooms and I was advised there nothing available. The employees at front desk after laughing at my bad experience and saying they couldn't move me. They spoke in Spanish a language I didn't understand and continued laughing at me saying there nothing they could do. She said the bugs come through the events and she was sorry and laughing continued.

Ashley made our visit awesome! She was very helpful, professional and courteous to us during our stay. She cared about us as customers and was the Best Best Western Employee that I have met. I needed a pet friendly hotel for one night. I reserved this hotel in advance because its picture showed a grass area, which is uncommon in Las Vegas. Sure enough, there was a grass lawn we could use as a pet walk. We were given room 206, which is the closest room to the side entrance of the parking lot, which made it easier to bring in the pets & luggage. There was plenty of parking at this hotel. The front desk person was excellent. There are fast food and casual restaurants within a block of the hotel - so convenient! The room was very clean. The shower worked well. While the queen beds were a little firm, I was still able to sleep well enough. I did not hear any traffic while in the room. The air conditioner worked great! The breakfast area was comfortable. Entrees included eggs & sausage. Definitely a well-managed hotel! I will stay here again when I am traveling through Las Vegas!

This is a nice hotel in a quiet part of Las Vegas near grocery, dining, and parks. It would be a great option for an extended stay if you have work in the vicinity.. I stayed there for one night because I wanted to "escape" the hustle and bustle of the city. It's not like that. I didn't really feel welcome and got a sort of apartment vibe with this place. I can see that it's possibly built for a more extended vacationer...perhaps. The breakfast was sub-par when compared to my other Best Western experiences. The rooms were well done, with updated coffee makers and tall ceilings.

This BW Plus hotel is a nice place away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the strip or downtown as well. Rooms are clean, staff are efficient and friendly. I like that there is wireless internet and a work-out room.

Best western is a great priced hotel with excellent service and breakfast,the hotel isn't right in the strip which I liked because of the quite.it was a great stay and will definitely come back again.

I stayed here on business, but was able to peacefully relax during the day and overnight. Very quiet, clean, and staff is very friendly. The breakfast selection was wonderful too. There are also plenty of restaurants within a reasonable distance so you don't always have to order in. This will be my go-to hotel the next time I'm in town.

It's clean, quiet, and out of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. I love the fact it's a non-smoking hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so much better than most hotels. If I'm in the Las Vegas area again, I will definitely remember this Best Western.

My mother was in the hospital and needed a place close by to stay without breaking the bank. This Best Western Plus popped up on my search. I was able to book a last minute 2 night stay and with only a 10 minute surface street drive to the hospital. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, all at a reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only downside, is the bathrooms look dated and are a little tight. The bed, though comfortable, is a little too soft for my liking. Woke up a bit stiff the next morning. On the bright side, the pillows are crazy-comfortable!! If you book and stay here, you may have a little trouble finding the place. The BW sign isn't that prominent and the hotel sits back in a large parking lot with a other restaurants and businesses up front. My GPS even had a hard time locating it.

The Best Western in Summerlin , quiet, pretty, and very nice customer service. They remember you if you stay there often and treat you like family. Great breakfasts, even healthy items. My sons love the fresh baked cookies every evening. Try it out you will love it as much as we do.

Lovely Large Room that is Dog Friendly. King size bed was very comfortable & the pillows like clouds :D The hot breakfast is very good & well stocked. Dogs are NOT allowed in the dinning area. My room got a little hot (78 degrees), even though I set the thermostat at a lower temp. I asked the front desk for help & the young man did the best he could. The phone rep that booked the room for me was also Great. Best Western is my new favorite.

Quiet and clean. I prefer off the strip, away from all the noise and craziness. I was in Vegas for a family emergency. I still would stay here even if for leisure. Nice hot breakfast with different items each day. This helped me so that I did not have to leave and come back. Made my day easier. Rooms have nice decor and easy access to the lobby. I am planning to return in a couple of months, we will be staying here again.

After a long road trip, we were treated with care, courtesy, and efficient correctness by Ashley at the front desk. Our rooms were perfect for our needs. I stay at many hotels, few experiences have been as good as this one is, already. There is an excellent hotel in Oxford, England that is the best comparison. Truly delighted to have such a nice introduction to the hotel by Ashley. Double plus good.

Very nice and comfortable stay. I only stayed for one night but the experience was great and the complimentary breakfast was great... Parking was great , the staff was great. This hotel is nearby to everything you need from restaurants to shopping to gas stations..

I don't live in Nevada and had just had major surgery at UMC and this hotel was quiet, cold and the beds were so comfortable. First night of sleep in almost a week. My kids came to Thank you Best Western!!!

The Best Western Plus Las Vegas West is situated a short drive away from the Strip but far enough away that you can escape the crowds and relax in the comfort of the well appointed guestrooms. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms have a modern feel and the beds are cozy. The pool and hot tub are clean and the perfect place to relax after a day at Red Rock Canyon or a night at the casinos. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would stay here again.

If your not wanting to stay on the strip and want a comfy hotel at a good rate this is your spot. Staff is friendly and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was a big plus but needed to be longer at my 6'2 partner didn't fit in it well. Wifi worked well able to watch a TV show! One star missing due to being slightly over- priced!

Clean room, nice pool and spa, very relaxing. I needed the peace and quiet on this trip. I am sure the Wed thru Fri made a difference also. It was nice the hotel was off the main street and set back. It made it quieter.

My family of four stayed here in March 2017. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The outside if the hotel was clean and well lighted at night. The lobby was also clean. The front desk person was very friendly, even at 1am when we arrived! Our room had 2 queen beds which were both very comfortable. The room was very clean and well cared for. It also had a microwave oven and mini fridge. There was a nice chair to sit in too. The room had a decent sized flat screen TV with a great selection of channels. The bathroom was very clean with no complaints. Their breakfast area was well taken care if and clean. The selection was good. They had fresh pancakes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, fruits, cereals and so on. The hotel's location is in the western side of Las Vegas near Summerlin and The Lakes. We chose this location as we were there for a family get together and some of the family live in the area. This hotel is close to the Red Rock Recreational Area. The Strip and Downtown are about 10 minutes drive away. The hotel has several chain restaurants located nearby, as are several casinos. We really enjoyed our weekend stay here and when we come back this hotel will be our hotel of preference. Highly recommend staying here!

off the hectic area of downtown - we liked and nice hotel hidden in a shopping center area - easy to use uber to go downtown - staff helped with boarding passes; made it easy when business center computer would not work - friendly - helpful staff - decent breakfast

Comfortable, clean, and convenient location. The elevator and access to the lobby was poor. The breakfast and breakfast hours could have been better. Overall for the convenience I would stay here again.

Well located to the car dealership that was repairing our car on a long trip. We were very pleased to have comfortable lodging for our stressful stay. Getting auto repair was not the best way to spend a long auto trip. We had hoped to spend that time visiting relatives several hours further down the road. The Best Western Plus Las Vegas West was comfortable and conveniently located for us. The service from the reception clerks and the breakfast and cleaning staffs were friendly and helpful. We were comfortable and well fed with the BWPLVW's services and a neighboring restaurant. Thank you for being there.

We wanted to visit Las Vegas, but didn't want to deal with all the noise and crowds at the strip hotels, so we decided on this one. We are so glad we did! This is such a nice hotel and Ashley at the front desk was no nice and friendly. Our room was clean as well as the entire place. Breakfast was nice also, plenty of food. when we wanted to go on the strip, we just called Uber.

I stayed here for a night with my dog on a work trip to Las Vegas. The hotel itself was very nice. We stayed in a dog friendly one bedroom suite. The bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious. Breakfast area was very nice and the food was good. We didn't use any other amenities. Staff was very welcoming!

We were very pleased, Jose was helpful in all ways, all the staff were great, will stay again when in Vegas.Choc. chip cookies, and the breakfast was great. Thank you so much for the great hotel, and the great location.

The location was perfect near my family and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the room was perfect for our short stay had everything we needed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc... loved the complimentary breakfast they offer free to the guests, it's not your average continental breakfast, they have so much to choose from and good quality. We will stay here every time we visit our family nearby. Very nice overall.

We came into town with one of our dogs that needed to see the doctor and my wife to attend classes for her CME's. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff really nice. The hotel is pet friendly and these rooms are close to exits so you can take them out. There are lots of places close by to eat and they have a free breakfast. you can find just about everything you could want to eat. We will stay her again.

Excellent accommodations on short notice when our RV broke down, especially with a large dog. My husband said the breakfast was terrific, I was not able to eat due to Celiac disease and that would be my only recommendation, that they provide some gluten friendly options.

My group and I stayed here two nights in March for a birthday trip. The strip was practically sold out, or way out of our price range. So we came across the best western. The price was fair for the dates we stayed. The common areas were all well kept. Everything seemed modern and in good condition. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was in my room there was a huge red stain near the mini fridge. It didn't really bother me, but I could see it being off putting to some. Overall great experience. I'm a hotel manager in Sedona Arizona and have already referred guests to stay at this best western when visiting Vegas. Jose and Ashley were very helpful. It was nice to see Jose's drive to make sure the guests had a good experience. He greeted us with a smile and I could tell he enjoyed his job.

The room is fine. Bathroom is old needs remodeling. Breakfast would be ok if their item should were replenished timely. We went to breakfast at 8:50 am. And left at 9:20, within that time limit there were no more scrambled eggs in the pan and no one came. There was bread and pastries. But as far as healthy, zilch. Only fruit, real fruit there were some oranges. There was canned fruit salad. Mmm. I felt embarrased because there were foreign citizens who, I know, are accustomed to healthier, much better breakfast choices. What a shame that Best Western doesn't place emphasis on health and more importantly SERVICE!

I stayed here for over a month on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved having a fridge, microwave and Kurig in my room. The beds were SO comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

My mom and I took my kids down to Vegas for spring break. It was nice to get a decent hotel OFF the strip so the noise didn't keep my kids awake. Beds were super comfortable. Room was very clean and well maintained. The only downside to the hotel was the pool and hot tub were overly chlorinated. The breakfast was the typical one you'd find in any typical hotel that has it. It was only about a 7-10 minute drive to the strip. Which was nice!

We booked this hotel to be near the Red Rock Conservation area, but we found we really enjoyed it. Far enough away from the strip, close to natural areas we came to see for a couple days. Within walking distance is a hole in the wall pizza place, 2 slices and a drink for $5. Clean rooms, quiet, nice pool, small fitness room and helpful staff. Thanks for a restful stay.

Away from the hussel bussel of the strip but very easy trip to the casinos. Surrounded by great restaurants (try Roma Italian Deli it''s the best! TAKE a tour of Canyon Gate golf community 'WOW ), shopping, wonderful breakfast, great fitness center with new equipment.

We traveled for a leisure trip from California to Las Vegas. We had many choices on the strip but this time chose to not stay on the strip. This hotel is only a 15 min drive from the strip so you can get away from the strips night noise and its a straight shot to the strip. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located to this Best Western. The rooms were very clean and bright. Housekeepers were very friendly and it was nice to get a late check out at no charge. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again. The only thing I would recommend the hotel to work on is the Front Desk Staff. They were efficient but dry as if they didn't want to be there.

My clients from Germany stayed one night at this hotel. They were quite satisfied with the room and the overall appearance of the facilities. They did comment to me that the breakfast items were not up to there standards. Other than this they would stay there again.

Hotel was updated and had comfortable beds, located in a quiet business park & was between all the ball field locations so less driving. Staff was great!! cleanliness was good. Signage from the main road is hard to see & hotel is tucked in the back of the parking lot so you have to really look for it.

Very clean room, plenty of space and they accept dogs of any size. Our 2 dogs like that they can stay at the Best Western. It was only a 10 minute drive to the strip and there are some great restaurants on the Sahara. Try the french cafe/bakery yum

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel location. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Our room was quiet and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast is better than what most hotels provide--included healthy options as well as all the standard items you might see at a breakfast bar. Our only complaint is the completely unreliable wifi. We were unable to ever keep a steady connection (sometimes were unable to get any connection). Don't count on being able to use your laptop. We ended up using lots of data on our smartphones. Even with this problem, we would still return to this property because it is a good value, in a good location, with a good bed!

We stayed 5 nights here in town on business. The staff was friendly. We didn't need any special considerations. Towels and toiletries were plentiful and graciously given when we asked. We chose to not have the room cleaned each day. Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage most days. Bacon on just Monday and Friday. Then the usual pancake maker, cereal, yogurt, milk, fruit, toast, bagels etc.

I didn't want to stay down by the casinos so this hotel met my needs. My first room had a broken air conditioner, blond hairs leftover in the bathroom, and peeling wallpaper. The staff came right away to fix air but I had to switch rooms and make another trip to the front desk. Pool and spa area was very nice. Breakfast was good. From my bank statement I see they charged me twice for the room plus a $100 lien in case I trashed the room. They said it would be fixed but now I have to deal with the bank.

We booked this hotel as it is a Best Western Plus and lives up to the name. At first we fount it difficult to get around town, however, once we figured it out, by taking Sahara back and forth to the Strip it was so easy to get around. 15-20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes to Torrey Pines. Hotel rooms are very nice, breakfast is "ok" if you want to eat fast and get on the road. I will stay here again.

Great location for a visit to the Red Rock area and hiking trails.A much better choice than the LV strip as one can manuver around to eat and stay plus enjoy the beautiful drive and trails in Red Rock.

All staff interface were excellent, professional. Breakfast was adequate. Tub didn't drain quickly. I stay in 2 different rooms and both were the same. Staff was aware of the issue and didn't seem concerned.

With temperatures being 100° +, it's important to have an airco that can handle the job. The one in our room could not. Despite making incredible noise all the time, it didn't get as cool as we wanted. Shutting down the airco at night when it cools a bit outside and opening the window, was no help either. The noise from the nearby airco's made a quite sleep impossible. On top of this, the fridge was very, very noisy too and could not easily be shut off. Would not stay here again.

We had a standard King room which is a good size. The bed was quite comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The room had a fridge and microwave and 32-inch TV. perfect for a 1-3 night stay. The hotel is 3 stories but the 2nd floor is ground level, same as the entrance to the lobby. There is a nice-size indoor pool with entrance from the lobby area. The area has many different types of restaurants within close driving distance, or an Outback and Subway close to the hotel parking lots. Finally, our experience with the hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and offered to answer any questions at any time. We did have a problem with the TV not working and a staff member was knocking on our door with 5 minutes to assist us. We definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is located next to many restaurants and shopping within 5 minute drive. It is very clean and also pet friendly. The beds are very comfy and the complimentary breakfast is pretty good, eggs,bacon or sausage,pancakes and much more. They have a pool, it looked very nice I didn't have time to try it out. Very affordable and would recommend if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing.

Great hotel for the price. Good value. Good location with good staff and good amenities. The breakfast was a little weak but that was okay there was enough for everyone's taste. Quiet, room was clean, parking lot nice and well lite. business center good, good value for the price. Good prices in the vending machine.

I arrived at 10pm and the gal was quick in getting me settled in to my room. I had a pet and the room was nice and clean. They did offer a breakfast and it was a good starter. Check out was quick and easy. Nice Staff and Clean Hotel

We wanted to go to Las Vegas on our way home from our week-long national park tour. I did not want to stay on the Strip and this hotel is off the Strip. It is about 10 minutes or so to the Strip. We got in late and were hungry. There is an Outback Steakhouse and a Subway in the parking lot by the hotel. We opted for Subway since the other was about to close. We also stopped by the 7-Eleven to get some more water, also in the parking lot by the hotel. The hotel is close to Red Rock Canyon. Although we didn't visit it this trip, we have visited it before and I highly recommend going to Red Rock Canyon. The room was nice, but a bit small. It had all we needed for one night. The bathroom was a bit small, though.

Nice beds and comfortable clean hotel. Breakfast was warm and lots of options. Shuttle to the airport was great. I enjoyed the fact that it was out of the way but still not a long drive to the strip. Went to see Penn and Teller and it was super easy to get to.

After water damage to our home, we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Las Vegas West during the repairs. We selected a standard king room. It was clean and all the amenities worked as advertised. The mattress was comfortable and the West Las Vegas area is quiet. Breakfast was good serving eggs breakfast meat and pancakes. We especially like the fresh fruit. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small especially the bath room. If you decide to stay here you might want to book a larger room. We were forgotten on the express checkout. The bill was not left at my room door causing us a trip to the front desk. I would never leave a hotel without final bill. Overall our stay was a good one and the price was right for an unexpected stay

We were in Vegas to pick up our son and chose this Best Western Plus, thinking it was a nice quiet safe place in a nicer area of LV. About 4am, my husband woke up and took a walk outside only to find our vehicle and the one next to it, had been broken into. The police were called. It was caught on camera, but we don't know if the culprits were caught. We had to have a new window put in our vehicle. We had some items stolen, but didn't realize what until we got home from our trip.The hotel was not thoughtful and handled our situation poorly. We only stayed long enough to have a window repairman fix the window. This motel should have better lighting in their rear parking lot, and hopefully they will be a bit more thoughtful to their customers when are inconvenienced in a situation like this. Staying a couple of hours past their 'checkout time' to have that window fixed didn't kill them. We would not stay there again because of the lack of concern and thoughtlessness of the staff.

This Best Western was quite nice. It was clean modern and the location was very good. It was easy to park my car, the staff was courteous and friendly. I will stay there again on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Although this property states it is "smoke free", they allow people to congregate right by all the doors to smoke. They charged $10 every night for my pet during the 7 night stay. The hotel is lax on picking up the messes around the hotel which pet owners leave. The "breakfast" is a joke - cold, rubbery eggs - cold, hard potatoes - only had bacon twice over 7 days there even though their ads state they provide bacon (they had sausage - can't eat that) - no waffles at all even though their ads state they have waffles. They charge more than most hotels in Vegas yet do not provide the extras as stated. Also, just had 4 new tires put on my car - day of check out I drove about 20 feet and one of the tires went flat - the tech said the tire had been slashed.

When we stay in Las Vegas, we always stay at this Best Western Hotel. We totally know what to expect and haven't been disappointed yet. This last stay, we didn't have a reservation as we didn't know where we would be to stay. But, we took a chance and was able to get a great room. The front desk employee, Justine, was awesome. Very personable and knew her business. Breakfast was great and we couldn't ask for more.

I made a reservation for April 10-14. Subsequently my plans changed, and I rebooked for two weeks later. I apparently forgot about and neglected to cancel the first reservation (although I certainly would have done so, had I received an e-mail reminder). I was later charged a penalty not just for one, but for TWO nights, as a no-show on the first reservation. When I complained after seeing this on my Visa bill, I was told that the front desk had allegedly received a call from me on the morning of the 10th stating that I would be arriving instead on the 11th, and that I then failed to arrive on the 11th as well. However, I NEVER MADE SUCH A CALL. Why would I have, when by that time my travel dates had long since been shifted back by two weeks? Either they confused me with someone else or were simply making it up. While I can understand being charged a one-night penalty, there is absolutely no justification for doubling it. I spoke several times with various employees at the front desk, and was assured each time that the second night's penalty would be refunded to my credit card. Two months have now passed, and no refund has been issued, nor have I received any response to the follow-up letter I mailed to the manager. (She was conveniently "out" when I phoned.) I've stayed at this hotel in the past and been generally pleased with the rooms and location. However, after the wretched service I received this time, I will never stay there again, and cannot recommend it to anyone. Philip H

There was unreasonable $100 deposit required over booking amount when checked in the hotel. This unexpected requirement was not indicated during the booking reservation process. The room air condition was very loud if one has to use it due to hot.

Staff was super friendly! Shout out to Manny, the receptionist who made us laugh and feel at home. Props to the cook, Margarita who made the best breakfast ever! (waffles topped with strawberries, bagels with cream cheese, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausages, cereal, pastries, flavored oatmeal, milk, chocolate milk, juice, etc etc!). Another shout out to Ana and the entire staff for being so polite and friendly! This will definitely be our hotel whenever we go to Vegas!

I stay at a lot of Best Western motels and am rarely disappointed. This one was no exception! Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, loved having the kitchen facility. My only comments are that the room decor was very dark. Glad there were two windows. And, the breakfast area was a touch small. But, breakfast was good. Lots of variety, nicely displayed.

Best indoor pool in Las Vegas that is not overpriced or in a hotel that closes their pools. Nice area, safe, and easy drive to the Strip and Downtown. Great breakfast. No noisy construction. Great place to meet friends. Near many restaurants and resident shopping. Off the tourist traps.

The on-going renovations made this place awful. And it would be basic at best. Rooms are long overdue for renovations. Noise started at 7am, right through the weekend. Dust was everywhere. You could not even carry on a conversation with someone at the front desk because the noise was so loud. We had a king bed room and mattress was broken down and super soft. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is pretty basic. It's undergoing some renovations in the lobby at the moment so it actually doesn't present very well. The bed was comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom is dated and worn. My overall impression was below average until I returned from a day of climbing at Red Rock and was granted access to my room for a quick shower, even though I had checked out that morning. I was not expecting it but the staff was really accommodating and helpful!

I prefer getting away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas BLVD. and this hotel was perfect. It took us about 15 minutes during rush hour to get to the North end of the strip(avoid the freeway at all cost) The hotel was very clean, the pool was nice and open 24 hours a day. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel was perfect for our needs while visiting friends. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to use the indoor pool or fitness center. The breakfast was fine but could have better selection. Also, the motel was being renovated while we where there. Did not course any problems.

This is a great location. It is near Red Rock and only 7 miles from the strip. It is quite but close to fine dining. We had friends that lived close by. We would stay there again when visiting Las Vegas.

Everything was fine, except for the coffee pot which did not work. I didn't tell the front desk which I should have. The bed was comfortable. The pet rooms were convenient for loading and unloading. It would have been nice to have luggage carts though for ease. We didn't use the elevator--couldn't locate it even though there were signs. Probably walked right by it. Didn't try the swimming pool. The remodeling should have been mentioned when making the reservations.

No casino or flash. Just a very friendly staff who supplied me with fresh baked cookies throughout the day. I like cookies :) Clean rooms. Quiet. Good location only 10 - 15 ish minutes from the strip. I thought the breakfast was basic but very good. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. I've stayed there before and will again.

We stayed here for two nights to attend a conference at the Convention Center. The staff was amazingly helpful and attentive to all of our questions. There is ample parking and various restaurants are with in walking distance and many more in just a short drive away. The included breakfast was very good with lots of items to chose. There were fresh fruits, eggs, cereals endless coffee or other hot drinks and a make it yourself hot cakes (they are kind of thin so more like flap jacks, I guess, but I thought they were quite good). Our room was very quiet and the beds comfortable. Unless you really want to stay on the strip this is a great place to stay.

Rooms were find, bed however was much too soft- felt like I was laying on a marshmellow. Breakfast was poor and the same choices every morning, I stuck to cereal. Nice indoor pool and spa, exercise room, Outback or Burger King, short walk in parking lot. Dislike smokers at exit to hotel, smoke screen. Management was not very cooperative when I called to say I left some artwork behind and asked to send it out. They initially REFUSED, saying I would have to make arrangements with FED Ex or UPS. It wasn't till I reminded them of my week long stay and how much I spent that they agreed to mail the item (cost a lously $3.02!).

This hotel was a fairly nice stay. The check-in staff were really nice. They have a nice pool/hot tub. The rooms were nicely decorated. Anything we needed, the staff got for us fairly quickly. I would recommend it as a nice, average place to stay. It's about 10 minutes, a straight shoot, down to the Las Vegas strip.

This is a very nice hotel in the Best Western tradition. You need to be sure the long distance to the strip, through pretty tough traffic on Sahara will not be a problem for you. I am not sure I would stay here again with other options available closer to the strip for about the same money. That is the biggest drawback for me as the hotel is very good...especially the 24 hour heated pool. Rooms are great and there are plenty of services close by. HOTEL: LOCATION- Close to restaurants and services but about 12 miles from the strip HELPFULNESS- Reception was not very helpful. No decent Las Vegas maps CLEANLINESS- Very clean throughout the hotel, pool and rooms SECURITY- Located in a good area and no apparent issues PARKING- Plenty of free parking WIFI- Free and worked very well throughout the hotel BAR- None RESTAURANT- None POOL- Excellent heated indoor pool & spa. We are a group of older ladies who hike during the day and have a happy hour and relax. The staff answered all our questions about driving to The Strip, parking, gave us a quiet area for our happy hour, and were so pleasant through our entire stay. The hotel is located near to Red Rock Canyon and close to the outer loop for access to other hiking areas. Also, with the grid in LV, it's easy to get to The Strip for shows and dinner (about 1/2 hour)

Wanted a non gaming hotel for the final night of an 8 night trip. Booked this hotel because of preference of friends who wanted us to stay in Summerlin, instead of Lake Las Vegas area. the friendliness of the front desk staff was a very welcome surprise. We were booked into a room about 2 rooms from the front desk, across the hall from the breakfast room.super convenient, very soundproofed, nicely decorated. The AC didn't cool the room enough for us to be comfortable and there were maintenance issues ( damage to the walls/ floors that looked like someone had really fallen or slammed something into the walls in the Bath). But for a 1 night stay, we were quite pleased. We had a little fridge , coffeemaker, microwave , Flatscreen tv and thankfully, no gambling. Near Red Rock Canyon.

Since this was our first time driving to Las Vegas from CA, we were unsure about how any things could turn out for us on our way to see Rod Stewart. However, we were wonderfully surprised by possibly THE BEST hotel stay we've ever had. Yes, there is the faintest smell of cigarette smoke, but I blame that on the nearby casinos. Trust me, I am super sensitive about cigarette smoke and easily get nauseous when I get a whiff of it. This hotel is as clean and you can get them! Our room was spacious, had everything working, excellent price, and a bed so comfortable that it will knock you out within minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful from top to bottom, and located in a super convenient location surrounded by many places to eat. The staff there is top notch. From check in, to check out, and any need in between you may have, these guys are on it with professionalism, speed, and utmost care. The breakfast is quite good also, a diverse spread of fruits, eggs, sausage, all the breakfast breads, all the dairy products, and of course coffee and juices (which were not watered down like in a lot of places, yay!). We were undoubtedly book here again next time we are traveling to Las Vegas! Thanks!

Great Hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Very relaxing stay. It is in close proximity to the strip. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy all of what the Las Vegas area has to offer.

First of all, they were not able to accommodate our request for two rooms with a connecting door until halfway thru our 9 day stay. That was disappointing. When they ran my credit card, it was rejected. Late at night, I had to place a call to my credit card company, and they finally told clerk to run it through a different terminal. It worked. So why didn't she run it through a different terminal before I had to call my credit card company and go through all the hassle? On to the good stuff: Pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast had bacon or sausage most days, along with eggs and the pancake maker, and a lot of other choices. Even the OJ tasted good, which is something I'm super fussy about! The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were on the second floor and it was quiet except for the weekend must have had kids above us. Many of the rooms were taken up by contractors working locally. Cookies at front desk some nights, we were often told the "kids got them all." Or, one night we were told she couldn't find them. Like, someone hid the cookies? Lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nicely decorated, rooms spacious, and staff was very helpful. One minor problem was we missed the sign to the hotel (sits back off street) and had to retrace our steps. Other than that, breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed a great trip to Las Vegas with my family! We enjoyed the pool and convenient location to the sites and strip. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. All of the staff were very nice and helped my family with all of our questions about the area. We will definitely be looking to return soon!

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Las Vegas West on a quick visit to Las Vegas and was very impressed! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful and were very accommodating to our last minute trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

We stopped on drive cross country. This location was clean & offered comfortable rooms for business or pleasure. The breakfast was decent and kept well stocked. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was large and very comfortable. The location on the west side of Las Vegas was perfect for access to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The mini bar area in the room was quite handy for preparing sack lunches. We also enjoyed the pool/spa.

This was close to Red Rock National Conservation Park yet also about 25 minutes from The Strip in Las Vegas so easy to get to each place. You need to be aware when trying to find the motel that it's not exactly on Sarah, but set back behind a fast food place and a dentist's office, but once you spot the sign, it's easy access. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast has a nice selection - they have a pancake machine instead of a waffle maker, the cut up fruit was good and they had bananas and apples, too, in addition to eggs, sausage, etc. There is a workout room which we didn't use, but it had bikes and weights. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There was a grab bar in the bath/shower. There were lots of plug in areas for recharging your phone, etc. and the rooms were spacious enough with a desk and an area with refrigerator and microwave. The room also had a Keurig coffee machine.

We had stayed at this hotel in July and had such a good experience that when we found we needed a hotel in Las Vegas, we automatically knew where to stay. It is clean, great beds and wonderful breakfast. It is also a short walk to Outback Steak house if you are in need of a close by restaurant. Free parking and no resort fees.

We have stayed at this location 11 times over the last 8 years. Every time we visit Las Vegas this is our home. The Staff is great and very helpful. We drive up to the strip and park at one of the large hotels for the day and have a great time.

Off the strip. Quiet for our dog, but no real facilities for her. Very clean and the staff were friendly. Our room was typical and clean. Near many places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. We enjoyed everything but the drive over to the strip, though it wasn't really terrible.

I travel to Las Vegas for business and I have no interest in staying on the strip. My objective is to be close to work and avoid casinos. I stayed 10 nights at this location. The hotel is nicely decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The daily complimentary breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold food as well as fresh fruits and everything you need to start your day. The USA TODAY is the complimentary newspaper. The pool/hot tub and fitness room are open 24 hours. The "business centre" is also open 24 hours but really is just a very small room with one computer. The rooms are comfortable and the premises are neat and clean. Housekeeping was pleasant but they use a spray in the rooms that is not compatible with breathing/respitory problems. I asked to make sure it wasn't used in my room. One day there was a mistake and it was used and it interfered with my ability to go to work that evening. I got a sincere apology and it didnt happen again but I thought there should have been some concession because I was specific and direct about it when I checked in. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend the property and I will stay there again

Very impressed with the hot breakfast with everything you could want for breakfast. The internet worked with no delays. The room looked just like you would see on a brochure. The indoor pool was the main reason we picked this hotel since it was Feb. I rate this hotel a 10.

The Staff is very friendly and helpful ... From the Manager to the Maids! The breakfasts' are generous with a wide variety and the staff is constantly refilling the choices. This location is less than five miles from my friends home and made getting together each day very easy!

Hotel is off the strip but only a short distance to go see shows, etc. It has a lot less traffic, with parking outside your room to keep an eye on your car; large underground parking at large hotels may be dangerous and confusing for seniors. No noise at this hotel and we appreciated the inside heated pool/spa after a day of business appointments. Good breakfast selection.

I was staying here on business for 4 nights. As I needed to be in the Summerlin area, the location was perfect. Upon checking in there was no-one at the desk - waited a few minutes and a lady eventually came out. She checked me in - was not very interested or helpfu - giving me no information about the hotel or the facilities. I got to the room and the heating didn't work - I called and the lady sent me to plugs on the wall to reset the unit!!!! I needed the code for the Internet - I called again - it turned out that this was on the room key card on the back, but hadn't been mentioned or pointed out. In the morning, the shower didn't work and I was moved room. The gentleman at the desk was hugely helpful and friendly (as opposed to the lady when I checked in). He also acknowledged (for the first time) my Diamond status and upgraded me to a larger room. The new room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The room was larger, but the bed was smaller (curious, but as I was on my own, this didn't really matter). The odd thing here was that the bed only had cushions and no full size pillows, so, off to the desk again to ask for real pillows. The hotel itself was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast was more than adequate. It's just let down by all these quirks that require going backwards and forwards and inconsistencies in staff.

This was my third stay at this particular Best Western Plus and I found everything to be up to standard. I especially appreciate the extra bath towels provided (without a special request.) The breakfast is a varied buffet with everything one might expect. The bed is comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe to come and go at all hours. I feel it is a great product for the price. AAA discount is worth getting.

My wife and I stayed there one late before returning how the next morning. They could have treating us better. They helped us to return our car rental and we had a nice dinner at the hotel before we turned in for the night. I would definitely recommended and would stay there again

We stay here a couple times each year on our trip from Oregon to AZ each winter. The hotel is quiet and clean and away from the bright lights of Las Vegas. The free breakfast is not the best we have had in a hotel, but was not disappointing.

Clean and modern rooms with hot breakfast in the morning. 7 to 8 miles from Las Vegas Strip. Very Beautiful Best Western facility with ample parking and located in a very quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be back to this facility whenever I am in this area.

Good hot breakfast selection, great helpful and friendly staff, easy access and parking. Recommend for those wanting to avoid the congestion of other parts of the city. Near grocery stores and convenient dining.

They were very nice and attentive about it. I can understand this practice during winter months due to low traffic. No big deal but that is the only "bad" at this location other than it is about 7 miles from the vegas strip. worth it for the kids because their main concern was swimming after we dragged them to see all the "cool" attractions in vegas.

Hotel was very clean and staffed by friendly professionals. Amenities were more than expected, with an indoor pool and a weight room, plus a varied morning breakfast menu. Also fresh cookies for a snack in the evening.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we have visited Las Vegas. It is a great value for the price, quiet, yet close enough to downtown (15 minutes). Rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Noisy fan in toilet area of Room 301 ran 24/7. Although quiet, the noise was distracting. Overall a GREAT stay!

My wife and I were visiting the USA from England for 3 weeks in October. As I am confined to a wheelchair booking a mobility accessible room is essential and I personally did this for our full vacation using Best Western Hotels in Utah, Nevada and Arizona. After a 9 hour journey we arrived at the Best Western Plus Las Vegas West at 5:00pm on a Friday Night, after a 20 minute wait the receptionist checked us in, gave us the room key. We then discovered it was not an accessible room, the wheelchair could not even get into the bathroom or separate toilet. It was also a smoking and we had booked non-smoking. We went back to reception and we were told we had not booked an accessible room, so I produced a copy of the booking which showed we had, I was told I had been allocated a jacuzzi room and the handicap rooms had been booked out for 2 weeks. My booking had been made over a month. The receptionist refused to try and find us alternative accommodation or give a refund - we had prepaid. Eventually she telephoned the General Manager who agreed to issue a refund but no assistance in finding an alternative room. While we were trying to make arrangements 2 other couples arrived with a booking and were told there were no rooms available at all (there was at least 1 'ours'). Eventually I spoke to Best Western Central Customer Relations who spoke to the receptionist, stated I had booked an accessible room but were told no rooms were available. Fortunately, the customer relations found an alternative room for us the other side of Las Vegas (40 minutes) away right next to the Airport so it was noisey and totally spolit our Wedding Anniversary. We never received any apology from the Best Western Plus Las Vegas. The toilets near the reception area in the Best Western Plus Las Vegas were dirty and smelly and the swimming pool was closed as it was broken. I certainly would not recommend anyone staying here

Room was dirty, previous guest must have had a dog, there was dog hair everywhere, food stains on the furnature and the room smelled bad. Although this a dog friendly hotel, they have no designated place for the dogs to go potty. All along the back of the property are dog droppings that neither guest or hotel staff clean up.

Had an early day of medical appts, so we drove in the day before. Had lunch, shopped, saw a great movie at Red Rock and then crashed to our BW Plus hotel. Had drinks, snacks and slept in our most comfy bed. DH went to his appts in the am and I checked out easily and waited in the comfy lobby for my ride. Worked out very well.

We stayed here on our way to Utah. The hotel and room were very nice and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also good. It was nice to stay away from the "strip". The hotel is off a busy street but was quiet and there was lots of shopping and restaurants close by if you need them.

Stayed here twice while vacationing. We wanted a hotel in this area because we were visiting Red Rock canyon and this location saved us time/maximized our time in the park. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious, and newer feeling. The amenities are nothing special. The biggest surprise for us was that the price for our stay was more expensive than say staying at some nice hotels on the strip and even nicer off-strip hotels. We put a premium on time savings (we got to the park at opening). If that's not the case for your vacation, you'll likely get a better deal elsewhere. There's a lot of business in Summerlin; perhaps those travelers are causing the higher prices? The bed was very comfortable. It was quite. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good (hot breakfast). Long distance from airport. No shuttle service to motel. Not close to the strip if that is what you are looking for.

The shower faucet was difficult to pull and the pin to pull was loose and keeps falling off. The night staff came to our room immediately to check on the problem and solved it. The breakfast items are standard but there were a lot of choices which includes hot items. Our stay was great overall. The area is clean and the neighboring businesses and residence appear to be well above standard. We felt safe.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, nice staff. The building is hard to see from the street, so ask for directions or use your gps device. The food service is more that adequate but I miss the waffle machine.

I stayed here for 4 nights while I was climbing in Red Rocks. The room was super comfy. Very clean, great beds, great wi fi connection and...wonder of wonders...excellent coffee. I didn't eat the breakfast, but I drank plenty of the coffee and it was way better than most hotel free coffee. The location is convenient to Red Rocks Canyon. I never went to the Strip. And there's an Outback Steakhouse right next door, so I didn't have to travel to get a good meal after a long day climbing.

Room is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a business or pleasure stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Close to restaurants and stores. Was close to where I needed to be for business.

This hotel is clean and doesn't smell of smoke, which is good. The rooms were nice, beds and pillows good. It was pretty good. The breakfast is not as good as other BW Plus. And if the hotel is crowed, expect to wait. We will check with management about the breakfast before we stay here again.

I stayed here recently for one night as I was passing through the Las vegas area. I am not a fan of Vegas at all, so didn't want to stay anywhere near the strip. This hotel is a little bit away from everything but easy enough to get into the centre of things and parking at all the major hotels on the strip is free anyway. The room was generally ok, I was on the ground floor and had a disabled access room, which i didn't need, but was fine for one night. We unfortunately had a group of loud guests check into the two rooms opposite us which was a little annoying but I was leaving early in the morning so didn't say anything. I just wasn't overly enamoured with this hotel, which I know is probably a little harsh- but I travel a lot so expect a lot too. However, if you are looking for something off strip with free parking and a good location to get out and about, then this is probably for you.

Very pleased to find this nice, clean, quiet hotel in Vegas. Not near The Strip. Up near Summerlin, outa the bustle & smog, where we attended a conference. Price was good for a weekend in Vegas! Breakfast included hot items: scrambled eggs, country potatoes, biscuits & gravy; plus hot & cold beverages, juices, etc; everything we needed. Very clean & well-run.

Nothing but good reviews from us. The staff were polite & attentive. The promptness of service, outstanding. The rooms had very nice bedding,& very comfortable beds & pillows! Nice indoor pool & spa. Nice workout area, & a great breakfast included! We were there 4 days & each day the breakfast was a little different. No extra up charges, like the big hotels on the strip. For what was included, it was a real deal! We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Vegas! Loved the peace & quiet, off the strip. Maybe 15 minutes tops to drive to strip from there. Kudos to the management running this Best Western Plus!

This was a nice change from the strip hotels in Vegas. It was a travel weekend so we stayed here on our way back from Utah. Nice pool area, okay breakfast, nice (small) fitness room, the rooms were nice, clean, nice updated décor, beds were a little soft but overall a very comfortable room.

Spacious room and very clean, fresh fruits provided for breakfast. The bed sheet was starched and clean. The staffs are friendly. the location is far away from the Strip if you plan to visit the casinos.

This hotel is awesome. Staff is courteous and professional. Clean Hotel and nice neighborhood (Outback Steakhouse right out front literately steps away). They were very accommodating (I asked to be away from everyone due to daughter being a little rambunctious and floor level for accessibility for convenience. Also they have a full breakfast with a good selection (save money by eating there in the morning - pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuit and Gravy just to name a few). Also really couldnt hear anyone above or next to us, outside noise, and didn't get any complaints about my daughter or TV (almost like if it were sound proof). Beds so comforatable and room really clean. Also Pool (indoor and heated) and fitness room were accessible 24/7. There were only two draw backs - it is about 7 miles from the Las Vegas Strip (which is a plus and a minus) and the chair in the room broke and my mom smashed her foot...Other then that, if and when i go to vegas, i would consider this place again.
