Very comfortable and quite. Friendly staff ..I would definitely stay here again if I needed a room . Wifi was great . Spacious. Eating area great breakfast and staff on top of keeping it clean and well stocked

I had a bad experience with customer service. Remote control was not working and tried to front desk, the phone was not in working either. I would not go back to this hotel in future. I made a mistake to stay in this hotel

This property is an ideal location, central to plenty of restaurants, shopping, I-35, etc. The property features ample parking and laundry machines, and the rooms are clean and fresh. This was my first experience with Sure Stay, and even though it wasn't as nice as a typical BW, it was just fine and I'd stay again.

A safe and clean property. Well managed and maintained. Just off the interstate and plenty of dining close by. If you are going to be in the area, try this hotel. A super helpful staff. Ask for Nancy. She is a superstar.

I can't say enough about the staff and the value of this hotel.I am there at least 100 nights a year.I being alone in my travels have many choices as to where I stay but always stay at Surestay Laredo,tx.Can't beat the hotel or the area.

Since our arrival the appearance was not good. Not good service an the desk. Once in our room. We found a dirty room, quite different than pictures. The sheets were dirty too, the smell in the room was unpleasant. In general the stay was not good at all.

This was the worse BW property I have ever stayed in. A big departure from my usual BW experience. Very dirty uncarpeted floor and stained pillow cases. Curtains that would not close. In hindsight, it was probably a good thing we had to leave before breakfast!

SureStay by Best Western Laredo is the only place you should consider staying while visiting Laredo. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable and staff from Front Desk, Housekeeping to Maintenance go far above and beyond to make you comfortable and welcomed. I have spent more than 95 days at this hotel and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if it were offered free.

I've been staying at this property for 2 yrs and it is very cozy and quiet . The beds are super comfortable and air conditioners in room are perfect for hot summer weather . Staff helpful when in need and location is surrounded by variety of amenities for guest convenience

Steve from the Laredo Texas location was very gracious and understanding when he realized we were traveling with someone who is fully handicapped and confined to a bed, he adjusted rooms to allow us to have one on the 1st floor with a parking spot directly next to it when there were no rooms on the 1st floor available. God Bless Steve!

The hotel is on a busy intersection so you do hear the road. The room itself is comfortable and spacious with a king size bed the bathroom though is a bit on the small side if it's 2 people in the room it would be tight. No breakfast available unfortunately. They do have a pool but it was too cold to use.

was surprised about the good room size, the comfortable bed and the clean room. I expected for that low price a not so good room. Big TV, clean fridge, Microwave .... good job guys! only the maintenance should come faster. Shuttle included!

There's something special about the staff at this hotel, something that is rare these days, but they all possess it and that is the fact that they are authentically genuine nice human beings and that is EVERYTHING! I came to stay here by no choice of my own, but I am blessed to have been here and to have been around them. I have travelled to many places around the globe and have stayed in places who boasted about the number of stars in their rating and service .... but not ONE of them holds a candle to this place and the people behind it! Joe has done an amazing job remodeling and maintaining this facility. They really take care of truck drivers, and get to know you by name. The location is ideally situated to shopping and dining. Probably the best value in Laredo.

If you happen to stay here, make sure you ask the person at the front desk if they got any hot water running. Got up this Morning. And no hot water. Couldn't take a shower. And they wouldn't refund my money.

The staff at checkin was great. He made you feel welcome and a guest. Not just another person. Breakfast was basic but was not expecting much based on price of room. This is a good place for a nights rest.

Comfortable bed,Refrigerator,microwave,iron,ironing board,coffee maker,beautiful swimming pool plus coin operated washer/dryer room and property located within walking distance of shops and restaurants.and continental breakfast.what more do you need for a great price!!

Great price, center location, Texas shaped waffles & yogurt with coffee for the perfect breakfast. Pet friendly so we got to pet other visitors pets. Wifi never failed. Large comfortable beds, Large bathrooms and best mirrors ever! Definitely a bargain...oh and friendly bi-lingual staff. Would stay here again.

Surestay Laredo, Texas is my first choice when I travel to Laredo. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hotel is a great value, located near shopping and restaurants. They make it easy to enjoy a stay in Laredo.

Services received by paid price is good. Only request would be to have a small place to do office work, we had to work on caffeteria, but it is not an isolated space and tables are too small, there was no enough space to put three lap top on them.

Great place to stay. Quiet rooms near restaurant and shopping within walking distance. Everyone smiles and speaks to you. Room was clean slept like a baby not a fan of all the big hot covers being on one bed but that's just my personal preference.

The Sure Stay is in a convenient location, easy access to I-35, a variety of food and the mall. The rooms arw spacious and clean. The manager, Joseph, goes beyond the call of duty to provide service and staff is helpful, they keep the room clean.

I am for sure coming back. Customer service was excellent. Easy check in, and even easier check out. Would recommend it to my friends. Can't wait ti visit again and get good night sleep. Stuff very friendly.

I had a great stay! It's an older budget friendly motel, but the interior was freshly painted and modern, with tile wood look floors, nice furniture, fluffy comforter & plump pillows. The desk had an outlet with charging ports for my phone & laptop, with more charging ports over the nightstand. I felt comfortable leaving my ladder & tools in the car overnight because I could park right outside my door and the neighborhood looked very safe. They had a continental breakfast, but it's also right across the street from a couple of fast food places. If I ever go back to Laredo I would definitely stay there again.

Small room, old hotel that needs a much needed facelift, Microwave but no outlets to power it. No elevator. Would not consider staying here again. Hotel clerk was the only bright spot in the stay and was very understanding and willing to upgrade.

Read the reviews and worried about our choice to stay at this hotel. We expected the worst, but were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the room was. Great staff. We will definitely use again!

On the month of October I booked a room in Paradise Inn, in Laredo Texas. I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided to me while my staying at the hotel. Starting of with the great front desk service by Ms. Yessenia and politeness. I was very impress with the remodeled rooms which were very neat and clean.
