Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown

Upon arriving at the BW we should of know this wasn't going to be ideal. Very quiet car park, reception area vet unkempt. Checked in and had a walk around, Pool Area is disgusting, unclean and very unsafe. AC units in rooms falling to bits and very noisy. Cracks in sinks, mouldy shower curtain. Plus smelled like they had cleaned with TCP. Beds very uncomfortable and lumpy. Breakfast...well paper plates.. New food piled on old... paper cups and not a table wiped down. Was suppose to be here for 3 nights.. checked out and moved on! Would not reccomend

Very bad experience all around. Our room smelled of mold horribly and the heating/ac unit was filthy. others we spoke to had similar issues so it wasn't just our room. I did bring this to the front desks attention and he just told me that he'd tell maintenance about it. The room very run down, patches and under the sink huge gapping hole. The pool was really cold…possibly not heated…that was the least of the problems we encountered. The pool area itself very run down with chipping paint, dirty. The hot tub jets did not work and it had lots of foam…I didn't trust the cleanliness. It also had filthy grout and chipping paint, broken tiles. Outside of the elevator there appeared to be a sticky substance spilled as when u stepped on it stuck to your shoes. That didn't get cleaned up while we were there. I could go on and on…I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend. It was the worst best western I've stayed at.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Great location with nearby restaurants. Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast items were kept stocked and coffee was fresh and hot. Highly recommend.

The only good thing to say is they allow pets. Horrible beds, 2 poor night's sleep. Peeling paint, sink faucet leaked at handle, & when toilet plugged front desk lady lacked concern or empathy, stated maintenance person not available until later; didn't even offer a plunger so we could do the fix. Advertised as having an exercise room but nothing was operational. We have been on a 7500-mile road trip, staying mostly at BW & had this been the first would not patronize any further. Could go on but this alone should suffice, "thfffft" Bronx cheer. :(

Had a great 3 day stay at Best Western Knoxville Suites. Had a great 3 night stay. Had 3 rooms side by side so we could connect easily with each other. Very quiet. The Employees very friendly, extremely helpful. Rooms good size and very well maintained.

I've been coming for years One of the best, Best Western's I've ever stayed at! To the front desk staff, housekeeper's, and breakfast attendant, the management! They manage really well & it impresses me how long all employees have worked there! Keep up the amazing job!

Best value for TN VOLS game in this area so far. Prices get crazy on game weekends but only about 7 miles or so from Neyland. I've stayed at same exit and 2 different Choice hotels and both were really run down and sketchy. Decided to try BW and so glad we did. All in all decently maintained and clean. Standard hotel breakfast included. So much better than the Clarion and I think it was a Quality Inn back before Covid years. I can only guess how much worse those 2 are now. I would definitely stay at this BW again.

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though we were on the traffic side of the building. The price increases over the weekend as most hotels in the area increase prices. All of the rooms are large and include a seating area. The mattress was firm bur comfortable.

The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (it is supposedly a non-smoking hotel), there were spiders in our room that bit my husband, and the pool area was so incredibly hot that my kids became dizzy. When I brought up these concerns to staff, the worker just shrugged. I'd definitely avoid this hotel.

Great hotel if you're traveling with your pets. We had both a dog and a cat and they made it easy to stay with them. They had dog treats at the front desk and loved on our dog. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Nice people, pet-friendly, clean rooms, workout facility, decent breakfast with lots of options, and internet. If you're on a budget and still want a nice, clean experience, this hotel provides a great option.

clean quite room. Very easy access to freeway. Grocery next door which allowed us to eat in the room. There are many restaurants in the area if you wish to eat out. Friendly staff at check in and check out. We stay at this location at least once a year in our travels.

This hotel's location is conveniently close to the interstate, gas stations, grocery stores, and dining options. The on-site amenities, including breakfast options, a pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center, make it a great choice. Although the rooms are good and clean, there is still room for improvement. The location is safe and overall, it's a decent lodging option for families or couples traveling with kids.

Aftre having a positive experience at a Best Western, Jackson, MS, we opted for the Best Western again a few days later. Again, we enjoyed the comfy, spacious room....nice sofa and chair, extra sink, clean and quiet. The breakfast was extraordinary, better than most. There was hot biscuits, sausage gravy and fresh scrambled eggs, the real kind. In addition, there was waffles, pastries, juice, yogurt, cereal, etc. The attendant kept a close eye on the offerings, replinishing quickly, as needed. She kept the tables and serving area spotless. We typically stay in Hilton properties, but the Best Western was a good choice for us a couple times on this trip. Without doubt, we'll stay at a BW again.

This stay was a great one! Very quiet not a lot of craziness from outside. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hot tub was perfect and the bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it when I woke up the next morning. Great room so much space!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a few times now, and have enjoyed each visit. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is excellent. I also have really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The mattress was heavenly-we always sleep soundly when we stay at Best Western.

Met all my expectations: clean, everything is in working condition. Good food selection for breakfast. Great location.Near the food store, 7 different restaurants, freeway. Very friendly staff. Good pool. Good exercise room.

The reviews are very misleading (and the reason we ended up here). Don't make the same mistake. The room was so rundown, stains and cracks everywhere. The couch was torn up (I have never seen a piece of hotel furniture in such bad condition). The room had a bad smell to it too. The breakfast was fine. There are quite a few restaurants close by, which made dinner easy. Thank goodness we only had one night here!

couch was pee stained,carpet was bad,and smelled like a cat litter box. the gal at the front desk flat out told me thats why its a pet room...i took pictures to show my complaint to her and she never even checked out the room or bothered to offer me another room

Excellent Staff and Room was very nice. Plenty of nearby Restaurants and only 5 miles from Market Square - There were plenty of great things to do nearby and the hotel website offered many suggestions.

By far one of the best I haved ever stayed! I'm always on the road for business. I've stayed at many but this best western is something special. Loving friendly customer service. wonderful breakfast the list goes on!

Jennifer is the best friend ever. We love it here. It isn't fancy, but we don't care. The room is clean, smells great and close to everything. Very convenient to the campus and restaurants. Once again, Jennifer is such a great person. We are heading to the mountains tomorrow

Very outdated hotel and rooms. Walls had unrapired damages from water leaks and various other issues. Visible rust on fixtures in bathroom. Rugs very old as well. Breakfast area not up to par either. Do not let photos deceive you. Will not return or recommend.

There were 8 in our party (7 adults and 1 child) and we had adjoining rooms 217 and 218. When we first entered the room, the child picked up some type of gummy candy or vitamin he had found on the floor, and luckily showed it to us before he had a chance to put it into his mouth. Around 9:30 pm, we saw the first bedbug, then another. We caught the bugs in a tissue and took it downstairs to show the desk clerk. We requested new rooms, but she only offered one, despite the high probability that there would also be bedbugs in the adjoining room. After insisting upon two new rooms, she found us another set of adjoining rooms 317 and 318. We checked the new rooms for bugs before moving everything but didn't see anything except for pieces of trash in the middle of the floor (the rooms were supposed to be clean). We then had to go downstairs again, request garbage bags for our belongings (so as not to transfer any bugs to the new room), bag all our belongings, wake the child, and move everything upstairs. We then went to the nearby grocery store and bought our own heavier garbage bags to secure everything for the rest of our trip. The next morning, a different desk clerk seemed reluctant to compensate us for even a single room! He initially tried to comp for the lesser-priced room which I had used points for but I insisted that the full-price room be comped. Unbelievable, considering the gravity of the situation!!!! It has been so much extra work since we reached home. We had to separate all things outside of the house that had been in the hotel, take things to the laundromat to kill any possibly remaining bedbugs in the dryer with high heat, purchased a steam cleaner to use in the car and other items such as luggage and shoes that couldn't be put into the dryer, and special cleaning for the child's nebulizer and adult's work computer. The amount of extra work after getting home, while still having to get ready for school and work to deal with this problem has been irritating, to say the least. Considering the seriousness of bedbugs, I am especially annoyed and frustrated by the lack of assistance or concern we received from the hotel staff, and the reluctance to even comp us for the one room, even though the occupants of both rooms are having to go through so much extra work to avoid bringing any bedbugs into our homes. Based on this experience of everyone being exposed to the bedbugs, and the probability that bedbugs would have been present in the adjoining rooms, I feel the minimum the hotel should do is compensate us for both rooms, not just the one, in order to help offset the additional costs that we've incurred (so far) to mitigate the serious risk of bringing bedbugs into our own homes.

This hotel was great for a quick night stay for my family. It had a gym, which is on my priority list and was pet friendly. The staff there was helpful and friendly. It was clean and a nice location. Small and quaint.

Conveniently located close to downtown and attractions but just far enough away to be away from downtown noise. We enjoyed the provided breakfast with the fluffiest biscuits we have ever had on a buffet style setting. Beds and room comfy-not cramped feeling at all. Hotel associates were all friendly, courteous and helpful. We checked in later in evening & asked for dinner suggestions close by, with several available. Trips into downtown Knoxville were easy with plenty of parking options-free or pay including convenient parking garages at $1 an hour.

My experiences at Best Western hotels are always positive, and this one did not disappoint. Our room was clean, air conditioned when we arrived, the fridge was cold to accept our bottled water, and the beds were so comfortable for a good night's rest. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

We stopped on a Sunday evening for one night. Spacious suite. Sitting area was separated from the sleeping area by a half wall. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very convenient to numerous restaurants. Close to the interstate but little road noise. Excellent breakfast. Good value for your money.

I was here on business. I liked the suites, separate and in an island of quietness on its own so you do not get disturbed by anyone. Linen was not crisp, soggy towels was the only damper. All in all, good.

The staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk workers to the breakfast workers. The beds were very comfortable, and we liked the layout of the room with the separate extra seating area/sofabed. I appreciated that the large sink and counter area was inside the bathroom with the toilet and shower, with an extra sink and small counter outside the bathroom. I always get up much earlier than my son, so it helps to have a space to get ready and turn on lights without disturbing other family members. The breakfast had several decent options: oatmeal with toppings, cereals, bread and bagels to toast, muffins, waffles, fruit, and a couple of hot options such as sausages, biscuits, and gravy. I used the treadmill in the exercise room. The machine was fine, but I could not get the TV to work. There should be an easy way to use the remote and get the TV to work for people who want something to watch while they exercise. My son and his friend used the pool at night, and they said the spa/hot tub was closed, so they just stayed in the pool, but it had some foaming suds in some spots. Other than that, we had a great night here before our campus visit to University of Tennessee. This location was good- only about 10 minutes or less to the campus. I would definitely stay here again.

Not luxury, but obviously this is a older hotel and It was a nice hotel. Houskeeping was a regular occurrence which in the post pandemic is a plus. I would book again when traveling for business. I wouldn't recommend more than one or 2 nights.

I truly enjoyed staying at the Best Western, as the staff was friendly, breakfast was included and it was delicious and I was able to stay with my pet. Great service. Check-in and Check-out process was easy and quick.

We have used this Best Western on many occasions over the years. Never disappointed. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. Love that every unit is a suite with separate sitting area which accommodates early risers who otherwise would disturb the late risers. Full breakfast, and efficient staff.

Stayed overnight on our drive to the Great Smoky Mountains. Would definitely recommend for business, weddings, family trips. Comfortable spacious rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Great value!

The hotel itself is a nice property with good amenities. The rooms are very spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The front desk clerk that works mornings was awesome. She was very nice and professional.

We are from GA and stayed her for our daughter's graduation and it was a Superb choice. Thansk for all of your hospitality, professionalism and all that you do for raising industry or locations can learn from you!

Stayed for one night in the King Suite, floor one. Everything about the hotel was totally decent/good. It was well cleaned and didnt have any smells etc. Although some things such as the paint and couch are a bit on the wore outside, the suite was in good shape overall, a good size, and had everything you need for a night or a bit longer. Shower head could use replacement (only one setting works), the bed was clean and comfortable, though very high. I also had a dog with me and the room / property did him well. The staff was also friendly and kind. Easily provided for a free late checkout (+1 hr) as well. Directly off the I75 and I would certainly pick this hotel again.

We had a bad experience on the freeway with an animal. We were stressed. When we stopped at Best western. We were greeted with friendly staff members & a very clean room. I recommended my family that was also leaving Florida to stay there.

Facility is aging and needs a facelift plus deep cleaning. Elevator slow and jerky. In my room the vanity was sagging from the marble top. Tile around the base board in the bathroom had a dirt and dust build up. As I mentioned facility needs a facelifts.

The front desk man, the only person on duty, was rude, insulting, threatening both verbally and additionally he acted as to convey intended physical violence. It was unsafe to remain in that BW facility. This BW was/is as a result of the man's intentional actions unsafe, as well as putting at risk personal injury and damage to the vehicle that the man could cause. We left never used the room. The room was unused and was unused solely due to the intimidation, violence and actions of the BW and site front desk personnel. A formal complaint was opened with BW by telephone. That filing has not resulted in any feed back nor communications of any kind. It was also requested to hear from site ownership, but no one has. A copy of the site video and if audio too, was requested to be preserved for the period of check in through departure.

My family and I stayed over the 2021 Christmas Holiday. We have a double suite. It was big enough for the 5 of us and service was great. They offered to clean the room everyday we were there, but we didn't need the service. They were always helpful when asked questions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

This hotel needs some TLC. The suite we stayed in looked like the bathroom had been flooded - the door was peeling from the bottom. The bed was comfortable but the pillows should be replaced. Not very good TV options.

WE discovered this hotel while traveling from PA to AR. It's still under covid restrictions, so the pool is not open and the breakfast bar is very limited. It's a bit tricky to find the driveway the first time so take it slow there. The suite rooms are spacious, very clean and updated. There's a separation half wall between the sleeper sofa and the bed area. Very nice if someone wants to sleep while the other person watches tv. To my delight, the closed caption works in all the rooms we stayed in. Another bonus for sleeping! The beds are Quite comfortable. We travel with our dog and cats. All are welcome. There is a pet fee per pet per night, currently $15. There is a Mexican restaurant across the street that was recommended, but we ended up at Cracker Barrell that was just a short drive up the road and to the left at the signal light. Great meal and great service there, too. We have made this Best Western our "go to" spot for our semi annual trips north and south. Very satisfied!

Never disappointed with Best Westerns and they were very accommodating for my family group trip of 22 people...breakfast was very good and varied choices....hot tub and pool were not overwhelming for my young 11 grandchildren...they let us use breakfast room in evening to play games with my family and 6 relatives who live locally till 2am. Rooms were quiet for sleeping also.

This Best Western was pretty good, biggest complaint is the wifi didn't work right. It wouldn't let me connect to it. Everything else was pretty good, the breakfast was good for a free one. The waffles were great!

I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly by a business in 50 years. And I am not exaggerating. My daughter and her family lost their home in a tragic fire last week, and were left with nothing other than the clothes on their backs. I live in Minneapolis Minnesota and what dads and grampas do with their family is suffering is go no matter what that takes. I went to make a reservation online, and found a link to Snap Travel (which will also be getting a review from me) and an offer on this hotel. I admit I was emotional and probably scatter brained as I was trying to do several things at once to prepare to leave, and I ended up reserving the wrong night. I am traveling tomorrow and driving straight through, 16 hours and needed to secure someplace to stay. I will most likely be needing something for a week but just wanted a single night to start. I accidently booked the wrong night and realized it immediately. I tried to call Snap Travel and all you get is recorded messages and directions to call the hotel immediately for changes of any kind. I called the hotel within 3 minutes and began to explain what happened, that I had accidently hit the finish button without reviewing it, I tried to tell her how I was traveling for a family emergency, and without scripting the entire conversation I will just say that "Ashley" who refused her last name and advised me that she was the General Manager, told me over and over and over that she couldn't and wouldn't do anything to change my reservation to the night I needed. She just kept saying "It's a prepaid reservation and I can't do anything to change it". She was short, rude, curt, insensitive, and though I said calm but persistent as I simply tried to understand why she couldn't manually move my night from one to another (and they were exactly the same price), she started saying this conversation is now over and ultimately hung on me. I asked who owned the property, she said a company by the name of SAIBAPA or SAIBABA, but insisted she had no information on how to contact them. She said she didn't have a boss or answer to anyone. As business man of course I know this is not true. I also know it's not true that she couldn't have helped me if she wanted to. This is a perfect example of someone who could care less about the customer, my family's crisis and the reason for my need of a hotel didn't matter. She wasn't interested in helping me no matter what I said. If this represents the values of this company, I hope others will do as I have and simply not do business them. Had I been a screaming maniac, that would have been one thing, but I remained respectful and was almost in tears as this was the last thing I needed right now. I hope someone will step back and look at this address this horrific behavior with "Ashley" and maybe one day care more about the client then they do inconvenience and money.

easy to get to UT and IJAMs, near an express way. grocery store within walking distance. nice, safe looking area. very clean rooms. we traveled with friends and family, rented 2 adjoining rooms and very pleased with both. well worth what we paid.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it's in a location that is off the interstate in a quieter location but still close to the entrance of the highway. A couple of restaurants are close by and there are gas stations as well. It is close to downtown but away from the traffic. The rooms are okay and clean.

True to form, Best Western delivered with with excellent mattresses, pillows, and bed linens. The room was quite spacious thus the sofa. A sink in the bedroom area and in the bathroom was appreciated.

I've never had a better stay or a better employee team, everyone here is a go getter and extremely nice. Everything was good absolutely no complaints. Everyone that visits tried area should stay here before anywhere else

Very good beds, cold AC, quite, and nice pillows. What else could you want? We were in Knoxville on our way deeper into Dixie. The Best Western used in Atlanta also had great beds so we gave it a try and were not disappointed. The room was clean.

I have worked on the road for the past 21 years and I stay at multiple locations and different motels but my first choice is always BW because the service is consistent and the beds are always clean and comfortable. The prices are usually more economical than most of the other chains and I have less problems with check in. 90% of them also accept the corporate lodging card also.Always a good choice for travel of any kind.

This was a great stop right off the highway. We only stopped passing through but we were very near a Starbucks and Cracker Barrel so the whole family was happy with location. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We enjoyed the king bed and pull out sofa for the kids. Bathrooms were clean.

Hotel staff not friendly, crack in bathroom ceiling, mold in bathroom, bug bites when we woke up, hole in plaster above a/c , hole in wall covered by plywood, half wall divider not attached to anything so it would take one push to knock it over, no utensils for storing coffee, paint/caulking pulling away from shower, staff wanted to argue about all of these issues even after I offered to show her the pictures I took. The girl that worked nights would rather play on her phone than be helpful. I have pictures to back up all of my claims.

I think the worst thing we had to deal with was the cigarette smell in a non smoking room. I thought that maybe it was the older type AC that still had that smell but then found a burn hole in the duvet cover. The room did have a mini fridge and microwave. Someone had burned something in the microwave and the odor would not go away. We could not find anyone at the desk on the late night shift until someone came in at 6am. The outer doors did not have a key entry, sometimes they would lock them overnight. This is an older motel but has been renovated . The room was clean and bed comfortable. When housekeeping was there they provided us with anything we needed.

We stayed here on the way home from our vacation and were very pleased with this hotel. We were able to get a suite when we were just a couple of hours away. The room was spacious with enough places to put our luggage and a sofa to sit on. The shower had good pressure and having two sinks was a big plus. There was a good selection of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruit. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We had previously stayed in a Sure Stay by Best Best Western in Jackson TN and we were so disappointed so i was worried about this hotel. But thank God it was great. It was clean and they made sure that our room was near the elevator so that my dad didn't have to walk far. We had our dogs with us and the room was a nice size so we were all comfortable. The best part was the hot breakfast was back and it was very good.

The hotel was decent. The room was a good size but the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Check-in and out times were very fast. Overall it was a decent stay.

It was ok, never recognized as an elite member, We boomed this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. Was never told on phone that hot tub would be closed the entire stay. Breakfast sucked, it was the same options. Milk was going bad, eggs were hard and crispy.

The staff we interacted with were helpful, particularly the breakfast attendant. The beds were fine, but we picked this hotel because of the sofa sleeper since we are a family of 6. The sofa sleeper mattress was so terrible, it wasn't even comfortable to sit on.

Wife and I stopped here for the night, in the middle of a long road trip. We were looking for simple comfort and good value and found it here. Decor is dated, and you have to guess at room temp with the Hi/Lo Cool window AC, but we didn't mind. Room was spacious/clean, bed/pillows comfortable, and breakfast decent; good price too. Several good restaurants are within walking distance.

Quick service. Reasonable price. Cordial personnel. Breakfast ok but not great. Personnel in breakfast area dropped several cups on the floor when restocking and instead of throwing them away, they put them in with the others. Room was good size. Towels were very thin and felt like a loofah. Walls pretty thin. I guess that's to be expected since this is an older hotel. The bottom drawer would not remain closed until I placed a tissue at the side so that it would remain closed. The exercise room is small but adequate. There is a very hazardous tripping hazard that needs to be fixed. Hotel is very convenient to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Room has refrigerator and microwave along with a small coffee maker.

This Hotel misrepresents that it is downtown. In fact it's several miles outside of downtown Knoxville. Located on an urban sprawl strip road with soul less chain retailers and fast food. Very disappointed with its location.

I enjoyed my stay everything was great The staffing rooms are excellent I would recommend this hotel they have an indoor pool I have been into in the past but not on this trip but I will be back to the hotel

Hotel was nice. Staff very helpful and friends. Room was nice. Bed had a dip that made it uncomfortable. Everything else fine would stay here again. Fairly convenient. Breakfast was expected but nothing special

I stayed here with my family and got two rooms. One of the rooms had the hair dryer hanging off by a screw, all the light fixtures were crooked, there were dead mushed bugs on the curtains, and the fridge smelled atrocious that I couldn't even use it. The other room had disgusting stains all over the couch and the heat/air didn't work at all. The breakfast was to be lacking so much it was worth it to go out to eat. The milk was empty, the bagels, cream cheese, and yogurts were basically empty (1-2 left), and the cereal was stale, and when trying to find someone to get more food no one could be found! The whole experience was lacking cleanliness. For the price you're paying there's definitely better out there!

Not pleased with responses when flagrant disregard for safety was reported. Lady at desk said they drive the lot hot ridding every night, no headlights, and drinking and that was ok with her. He stayed there all the time and was a good guy.

When I arrived was greeted bye the front she check me in it looked and smell clean the room where great nice and clean as well. I've referred this hotel for my wedding quest to stay. Keep up the good work

Many Best Western hotels are older properties, so I don't expect a luxury experience. This hotel is actually fairly modern, but unfortunately, it seems poorly maintained. The entry doors are worn looking and difficult to get in, especially if you have luggage. The room seemed to be somewhat clean, but the filters in the HVAC unit were filthy dirty! I don't believe they have ever been cleaned! The amount of gross crud that came off them was astounding! The shower sort-of worked, but not very well. Overall, I got the impression that the whole place was just neglected. The front desk staff, both night & morning, were OK, but seemed perfunctory. Then, about 10 minutes before check out, I went to get a luggage cart, and my room keys wouldn't work to get back in my room! - the automatic lock out was set to lock before check-out time! So I had to go back to the front desk and get a new key before I could retrieve my luggage to check out - again. The desk clerk seemed indifferent to this. Finally - the location is not "Downtown".

We stayed here twice in October, ten days apart. The hotel staff were nice, and despite what other reviewers have said, we never saw them not wearing face masks. Don't be thrown off by the temporary plastic sheeting shield around the front desk, this hotel seems to take covid (and its guests' safety) seriously. The two rooms we had were both clean and nice. Clearly they keep rooms empty one day between guests. The bowl vanity sink outside the bathroom was a nice touch, and worked well with its mirror. Even the room coffeemaker was better than the usual. The bed and bathroom fixtures were the high and low points of the room. Literally. The beds are so tall that your feet can't touch the floor if you sit on the side. I'm 6'3" and had trouble trying to put on shoes without falling off the bed. The bathtub and toilet, on the other hand, are very low. So low they seem made for children. My wife teaches kindergarten, and the toilet seemed like one made for little kids. And in the regular room there was nothing to push off from but the toilet seat itself if you have trouble going from sitting very low to standing. The bagged breakfast was much better than we expected. It was done very safely, covid-wise, but it also tasted good. The hotel (especially on the BW website) sometimes says it is downtown. It is not. It is in the strip malls sprawl on a major road, but convenient to interstates. Some good restaurants and a lot of chain restaurants nearby, and the rooms were not as noisy as we feared they might be.

Had an incident with a different motel tonight so Hotwire rebooked me at the best western completely last minute at 1am. The front desk was very nice. The room and facilities are beautiful and clean. No complaints here.

First - I rarely leave review, but want to warn other travelers. I stayed here for a quick layover on a road trip. Guess I didn't read the reviews well enough. The staff wasn't wearing masks properly and guests were not wearing masks even though it was stated that they were required. At the front desk all they had was a loose piece of plastic as a shield and there were splits in it. The room had dirty towels, the door didn't fit the frame properly and light from the hall came in. In the middle of the night, the freezer "unit" in the refrigerator broke off and must have pulled wires as it stopped working and was a wet mess in the morning. In the fitness center there were no wipes or hand sanitizer or towels. Plus the ceiling tiles were not in tightly, which just creeps me out. The only good thing is that the beds were comfortable.

No masks worn by staff . When checking in staff seemed annoyed to be bothered. No hand sanitizer to be found anywhere in building. Room was in decent shape it did smell of cigarettes even though we were in non smoking room but otherwise fair condition and cleanliness.

This motel features renovated rooms in a slightly worn older building. Everything was clean except for a few black spots in the bed sheets. Our room was very quiet with a good a/c unit. The staff was very friendly.

Awful stay. Had a gas leak... Fire department called in ... noted Water tank pilot light went off causing a gas leak and order.. Very scary night stay. After horrible stay... No compensation was given to myself or the group I was with. Food that was served in the morning was expired yogurt. Be sure to check the expiration dates before eating at this hotel.

Door would not lock. People smoking weed in parking lot with my kids right there. Then they went in and out dozen of times. Hot tub was closed but not listed like that on site. Bottom bed sham was dirty with what I hope was food.. dirty faucet. Shower did not get hot. So much more. Will never stay again. I should of just stayed at the Red roof inn like last year. They were clean.

It was sure nice to stay at this Best Western Plus; clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Convenient great clean safe location off 75. WiFi worked great. Air conditioner worked great and was quiet! Our spacious room was pleasant with comfortable beds and clean sheets. There was a sink inside the bathroom and one right outside the bathroom which was nice for two people getting ready. There are walkable restaurants. Waffle House and O'Charleys are directly in front of this hotel and others across the street. Gas station next door. I have one complaint about all BWs, the bed pillows are small and extremely uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Western is my lodging of choice. This property is among the top for cleanliness, professional staff, freeway access, and central location between downtown Knoxville and the Clinch River where I fish.

This hotel says it is downtown, but it is not in a downtown city environment, Can walk to much bur dont let that turn you away. 40 mins from Pigeon Forge and 20 mins from camping and outdoors. Right off interstate. A lot of food options. I love this place. I will be making it a regular stop on my trips. Staff was great.

We stayed overnight at this pet friendly motel on our way from Georgia to Michigan. Right off of I-75, it has a great location that offers easy access to restaurants. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. And the staff was very friendly and courteous.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there's complimentary conditioner, the lights in the hallway and rooms were blessedly comfortable instead of that gaudy piercing bright light many hotels have these days, there is an indoor pool and hot tub that stinks badly of chlorine, and a breakfast area. The problem I had is that I was put directly across from the elevator. I listened to that horrid thing whirr and buzz all night long, and I must have been next to either the main water line or a shower freak because I had to listen to water rushing all night too. I was too tired to change rooms, and exhausted from lack of sleep from those problems and the noisy AC unit when I checked out the next morning.

i went to book this hotel and the pictures are nasty and disturbing. These pictures are incredibly detouring from anyone trying to book. I am very surprised people are still booking with them, the showers were nasty looking, things were falling off the wall... like the FIRE ALARM!!!!!!!!! I also wish they would clean the couches more often or buy new ones when there are huge stains on them. I often travel and this is not the greatest hotel I have stayed at.

We found the area very nice along with the easiness of going into and off to find stores etc.etc. The pet friendly situation was excellent for our fury friend he not only found his spots he actually exhausted himself to the point he would sleep all night. I loved the hot tub which was very relaxing.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. Our kids love it for the clean indoor pool, and French toast sticks at breakfast. I love that we can bring our little dog on our trip, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel itself is older, but it's been updated. The staff do a really good job of keeping it clean. The star of the staff is their breakfast attendant. He is very courteous, his good mood is infectious, and he keeps everything fresh. The hotel is in walking distance to O'charley's & a grocery store. There are several restaurants in the area. We will stay here again when we are in town.

Everything was satisfactory. Enjoyed our room, the breakfast, the staff, and the area. Should we be in Knoxville again, we will certainly return to this property. One suggestion left with the hotel: relocate the hair dryer in to the bathroom. Thanks!

We were there for a local volleyball tournament. Hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and was well tended to for a full house. Only minor negative, was the elevator had an odd “fishy” smell. I would recommend the hotel for price, comfort and cleanliness.

With my job I go to Knoxville at least once a month and this is the hotel I stay at Every time. The Staff is wonderful and very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. There's not another hotel I would stay at in Knoxville.

My aging mother lives in another town and has cancer. I have been traveling a lot to help take care of her. I've tried to talk her into moving in with me, but she isn't quite ready to give up her autonomy. I understand how hard it can be for an elderly person so I don't want to push her. While this has been somewhat taxing for me, Best Western has eased some of the pressure. Amid all the stress of my own life, family, driving, health issues, etc., once I get to the hotel, I can workout, take a shower and climb into that wonderful comfortable bed and get a quiet night's sleep (which is pretty rare for me!). In the morning I can wake up to a varied breakfast: either full bacon, eggs, and gravy or fruit and yogurt. After another 20 minutes on the treadmill and a quick run through a shower, I am ready to check out and face almost anything life can throw at me! Thank you, Best Western!

Wife and I visited Knoxville to do some local sightseeing. Chose Best Western Knoxville Suites based on location and reviews here. the room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comtforable and the air conditioner was quiet.

after driving all day, we were looking for a hotel, did not have a reservation anyplace and just walked in and were greeted with a very friendly desk gal, she asked if I have a membership with BW, and she gave us the price for seniors, great stay, nice size suite, with the all the comforts of home. would go back when we travel that way again

We've stayed in this hotel on a few occasions. It meets our needs with our pet at a great value. It isn't grand, but exactly as it seems. The pictures are quite accurate. The pool is chilly, but kids don't seem to mind. The hot tub is hot and always has a guest in it.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The beds were wonderful and the decor was beautiful! The staff was very polite and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful New Year's trip!

We stayed here for a night while traveling home from a Florida vacation. Our "non-smoking" room smelled horrible of smoke! The toilet would not flush either. The workers at the front desk didn't seem to concerned with our room problems. Driving home all I smelled was smoke just from our luggage being in there for the night. Horrible!

A very reasonably priced and very clean place. Large room with a sitting area. Will definitely choose this place when I need to stay in Knoxville. Very pleasant and courteous staff. My wife and I were very pleased with our room.

My stay and the Best Western was great. The room was nice and big. Bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hot breakfast was great as well. They have a good selection to breakfast items as well as good coffee. There are restaurants near by within walking distance as well.

We were met by a very polite uppity lady, a good start, room rates were exceptable, location is just off I 75, lots of eateries close by, rom had a ceiling leak but we were moved i stantly and had a great sleep, a half decent free onsite breaky and away we went, I would recommend this place anyday, check it out if looking, cheers

I had to go to Knoxville for a sorority conference. I travel with 2 of my sorority sisters. We had joining rooms and the rooms were spacious. It was located near restaurants and shopping. It was easy to get to our destination. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I are retired and spend a lot of our time driving across country visiting our many grandchildren. We try to find hotels that are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable and those offering a tasty, hot breakfast. Best Western Knoxville Suites is a stellar example of all our criteria! It feels safe, clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and well-managed. And very reasonably priced via trip advisor.

This trip we booked a room at the Best Western Knoxville Suites. Not only did we book it once, but twice. We stayed on the way to and from Georgia. The first time we stayed there, we got our room and I was able to go and enjoy the hot tub by the pool. There was no one else swimming at that time. It was great. Our room was great. As you walked into the room to the right was the bathroom. Straight ahead you first entered the “living room” section where there was a desk, couch and table. The television was over top of the refrigerator and could be turned to watch from either the couch or the bed. The large bed was on the other side of a half wall from the couch. This made it nice if we were to have any up to the room. I was also very impressed with all of the electrical outlets that were available to use. So many times there are two outlets and one or both are being used by a clock and/or lights. In this day and age you need all the electrical outlets you can get. I also appreciate having the second sink outside the bathroom. It makes it easier for two people to get ready at the same time. After checking out the room and getting down to the hot tub, we stopped by the desk to make sure that our rewards number was with the reservation. After that was all set, I asked if we could have the same room for our next reservation, which was just a couple nights away. The gal at the desk assigned our room for our next reservation right then. We were only staying one night in GA and then would be back for two nights. In the morning there were so many people in the breakfast area that we went across the parking lot to the Waffle House. It was super great to have options. After our one night away, we returned to the hotel and we were able to get our same room. It's always nice to have a familiar place to come back to. The staff was all very friendly. In fact, our first night back we went down to the hot tub and the lights were not on, but it was still pretty light out. As the sun went down, one of the employees came in and turned the lights on. I am assuming he did for liability reasons. Although, I was enjoying it getting darker. I know that we will be returning to Knoxville for future visits and that we will stay at this hotel. I also highly recommend it to others.

‪This is absolutely the best hotel breakfast, hands down, by far. I didn't get pictures because I was too busy eating as mich as I possibly could. After a night of being intertwined in the to say the least, entertains night life that Knoxville has to offer. This place has a unique energy and I suggest it as a vacation destination and the breakfast at The Best Western is alone enough to make it where you want to stay. They also have a very open area with drinks and snacks and just by the fire place was a silent auction of sports memorabilia and Johnny Cash Memoir, very classy. The rooms were very clean too. And my oh my, look at all the food to choose from, they even had an outback steak right there within walking distance. Ten out of ten, we will be back.‬

Staff was very nice. Bonus was the indoor pool and spa after 700 miles in a motorcycle... TripAdvisor said it had a Restaurant/lobar and it did NOT! The room had a strong odor of covered up vomit which eventually we targeted to the corner of the bed... but we were too tired to bother moving/complaining nor should we as Housekeeping should have known and double checked before renting it out! Overall, the hotel was great for the price. Bed was comfortable and there was a refrigerator in the room.

Use their shuttle to get back and forth to Neyland. Plenty of nearby places to eat. Some are within walking distance. Easy access to the Interstate. Indoor pool. Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled.

Nice clean rooms. Beds were great no issues there. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The hotel is in a great location, a very nice grocery store next door. In case you forgot anything. Small pool and hot tub. The hot tub had way to much chlorine in it and burned the eyes.

Clean enough hotel and rooms, and free breakfast is always a good thing, but these had to be the worst hotel beds I've slept in over the past two years. Noisy springs when you move around, and just completely uncomfortable to sleep in. Both my wife and I work up feeling quite sore. The rest of the hotel is ok, and even has an indoor pool and Jacuzzi that was in good shape, but I just wont go back because the beds were just that bad.

We enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we stayed here this year. We like the hot breakfast ,indoor pool and exercise room. All the employees are friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here each time we are in Knoxville.

This is clean, friendly, with a good choice of food for breakfast. We like to exercise while traveling and the exercise room could use some weights and other equipment. Very easy on and off location for getting downtown and to Pigeon Forge , Gatlinburg , Asheville.

If you're looking for a place to crash while visiting for a Vol game or just enjoying the city of Knoxville, this is a great place to stay while saving $$ for more important things such as shopping. Although it isn't the Ritz-Carlton, the Best Western Knoxville has clean rooms, comfortable beds with a breakfast buffet included in the price. Jennifer and Bridget are the best front desk staff anywhere and will help make your stay a great one. I do wish there were ice machines on each floor but this isn't the first hotel that was setup that way. Other than that, this is definitely a place that I'd recommend staying at as a base camp while exploring the city.

Room was large, well-laid out and bed was comfortable. However, my room stank, the hallways were dirty, and the outside door right next to my room was broken. Even when not broken, it is kept unlocked which didn't make me feel very secure. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. The people who work there were very nice. So some really good things, some really bad things. Your average dog hotel.

Stayed at this establishment for three nights. My room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The indoor hot tub and pool was working perfectly. Very nice grocery store next door and many restaurants all around. I would most definitely stay here again.

PROS: Inexpensive, convenient off the interstate, fast internet, renovated rooms CONS: Even with the renovation, hotel is dated, rooms are dark, there's peeling paint, etc. Air conditioning didn't cool the room very much at max and surrounding rooms were noisy. I'd do in a pinch, but would probably stay elsewhere given a choice, but it's very good for the price.

Check-in was great. Jennifer is a credit to your staff; she's very personable and has a great smile. I was made to feel welcome from the first minute I walked into the hotel. The lobby is spotless. One concern is the dresser drawers work open no matter what, but Jennifer explained that all the drawers do the same thing. The staff should address this for future guests. Our room was spacious; 2 sinks, King bed, sofa bed, refrigerator, tv. The room smelled fresh; the ac adjusts correctly to your desired temperature, and restaurants are close-by — an enjoyable stay for the price.

Hotel was average all around. Rooms were fine, some water damage, pool a bit small. If you are planning on using pullout, the mattress kept collapsing through the springs. Your best bet is to just take mattress out and put it on the floor.

The term downtown in this hotel's name is deceiving, it is not downtown at all. Check in was difficult, the young girl on the counter did not appear to have had any PR training and appeared to struggle at time with understanding, perhaps we just struck an off night but she was definitely not welcoming. The pool was very small but luckily we were the only ones in it at the time so not an issue. The room was large and had everything we needed, looked like it was due for a bit of a spruce up , just small things like scratches and bits that can make a room seem fresher. Breakfast was fine with the usual fare -appreciated overall a good stay

Our stay was very nice. The room and facility were fine except for the fitness options. The pool and Hot Tub were filthy. The Fitness Center was hard to find. It consisted of a Stationary Bike and a Treadmill. Also, the exterior doors were not locked at night, so anyone could walk in from outside.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. My one complaint is the pull out sofa bed seemed old because it did not pull out/in easily and was not comfortable. Other than that it was a nice and positive experience.

Very spacious clean room with a huge sitting area (love seat, chair, coffee table, desk with chair, and side table). King size bed in a sort of separate area with a chest of drawers and table for suitcases. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom roomy with a long counter and one sink. But there was also a sink and mirror outside the bathroom, which was nice. Good location within walking distance of several restaurants (Puleo's Grille is highly recommended and just across the way - an easy walk. Ask the desk for discount coupons here for an added bonus.). There is a pool and sauna but we did not use these. Photos on this site are accurate. Breakfast was better than many with hot eggs, waffles and fruit. Parking was plentiful and easy. Very helpful desk person. Close to freeway. A bit of a drive to the university campus, but not bad. Would stay here again.

Rooms are very clean and newly finished - hot breakfast and well lit parking maid service was very good my room was always cool and clean when i got back from work very nice place to stay i will stay agaon when i come back to Knoxville

I was really thrown off by the location of this hotel not being in downtown Knoxville as advertised in it's name... it is very misleading. It is a 6 mile drive down the highway taking 10-15 mins or so to get to downtown one way not including traffic. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I also appreciated being thanked & acknowledged as a reward member and getting to choose whether we wanted a snack or points. Our room was disappointing. Big holes in the ceiling, dusty dirty vent in the bathroom and wall falling apart under the toilet. Not really “guest ready” in my opinion. The people above us were stomping the floor & being loud from 9-11pm. It was fine for 1 night but wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and liked the room. It was spacious and clean. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day and have no complaints. We enjoyed that they served meat. The spa worked good the first day or two but then we noticed that it was not filtering well. We reported it that day. The next day, the spa was cool in addition to not filtering. It was obviously failing.

Our room was awesome. 2 high beds plus a pull out couch. Sink outside main bathroom plus regular sink in bathroom. Breakfast was good, kids like to make waffles. Check in took a bit, 2 in front of me and only one desk worker.

I have used this hotel for three years now. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a wide variety and is always very good. We love this hotel and will continue to go out of our way to stay here because it's always consistent!

My daughter had a track meet in Arlington,TN. Not being familiar with the location, I went to hotels.com, and typed in Arlington, TN. Best Western appeared, and was listed as only 2.5 miles from Arlington. On the day of arrival, I received a call from another parent, who advised that they booked a hotel outside of Memphis. Bewildered; I asked them why would they be in Memphis when Arlington is near Knoxville? I called Best Western and explained my issue. Don't get me wrong, I understood that I was responsible for the room despite my issue with hotels.com (a sight that I'll never use again). I first asked the assistant if they had an associate hotel that my reservation could be changed to in Memphis; she said no! I then explained to the assistant that I had to be in Knoxville, TN the very next week for another track meet, and I asked if I change the reservation, and add an additional night, to that weekend; she said no! I felt that the hotel could've been helpful, being that my reservation was made in complete error.

We choose this one for price and the fact that it claimed to be recently refurbished. Shotty workmanship which is not a huge deal. However the main lobby had a lot of construction materials just laying around In the hallways. Rooms appeared to be clean but when you looked up there were a lot of cobwebs etc. Was easy on/off of the highway. Several types of restaurant choices with stores and gas nearby. Neighborhood seemed a little iffy.

For the money this hotel is pretty good. The paint and decor is dated but overall the room was clean. The old saying you get what you pay for applies. This hotel was priced much less than the ohters in the area but really did not live up to a typical Best Western hotel. My biggest complaint is that the hotel is not downtown although that is how it is listed in the directory. It is a short drive to downtown but that was not my expectation. This hotel is located near the interstate exchanges and looks like you would expect, gas stations, waffle house and a couple of other restaurants. If you are traveling to campus or downtown Knoxville there are better locations. The service was good and otherwise had no issues.

Was glad to have a coffee table AND a desk. The unit was clean and well kept up. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the lady who tended it was very nice and accommodating.

We were coming from Ohio back home to South Carolina and stop here with hopes of doing a little sight seeing. But, I was sick by the time we got there. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool or any of the surrounding area maybe next time.

Hotel was nice and clean with the comforts of home. The bathroom was clean and the spa tub was clean. Nothing bad to say about this establishment. The area had nice restaraunts. Will stay there again when in Knoxville area.

Anytime I can find a hotel with a bedroom suite for under 100/night (and with decent reviews from tripadvisor) is worth it. Best Western Knoxville did not disappoint. They had a nice setup in the extended space where you had a sink area both inside the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. I was able to shave and clean up in the outer sink setup while my wife enjoyed using the full bathroom in peace getting herself ready. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of room to move around. The breakfast area was good though a bit cramped for table space. We had a couple of quirky things which did not bother us to move to a different room but worth a mention. Our showerhead was not attached any longer to the shower wall so it shook a little when first turning on the shower. There was also a very small leak around the toilet which appeared at the end of each day where we had to wipe it up with a small towel. The only really questionable design flaw with the hotel (to me) was that they jammed in a workout room (one treadmill, one recumbent bike) in the backend of the indoor pool area. You have to walk through the pool area to get to the workout room (which smelled of chlorine so not the healthiest thing to breathe in while working out!).In addition the equipment is facing backwards to the TV (no room to turn them around) so you watch TV through the mirror! It seems like they did not want to spend the $$$ sacrificing one of the 1st floor rooms to build a decent workout room like I have used in other Best Westerns,

This hotel needs some attention. There was water dripping from the front door overhang. Paint needs to be touched up, breakfast was meh. Our room smelled like reefer. Just not worth a hundred bucks a night!

The price is exceptional for what you get, but the hotel needs some upkeep. We stayed in Room 315 and there were many small things that just screamed for some simple maintenance. Examples include, the towel rack in the bathroom is uneven because a screw is missing, wall paper is beginning to peel, dents in the top of the fridge, couch is showing much wear and tear, batteries were low in the TV remote... again, little stuff but it was everywhere I turned. The bed was firm (which I prefer), the pullout couch that my son was going to sleep on had a ridiculously tiny mattress so he put it back together and just slept on the couch itself. Also the room was very warm and musty when we arrived, thankfully we arrived early enough to turn on the air conditioner so the room was comfortable when we got back from dinner. I can't imagine trying to go right to sleep in that room if we had just arrived late at night. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast was better than expected. Location is about 7 min from campus of UT (not a football weekend). Also nice that they take a card for incidental charges, but they didn't place a ridiculous hold on it like a lot of hotels.

Hotel was clean, staff's were excellent and breakfast was awesome. Nice Hotel tucked away from Highway. Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of restaurants and store's close by in walking distance. I will definitely stay here every time if we go through Knoxville.

This was the first time I had stayed here, but I was very satisfied with the accommodations...our room was very clean and comfortable...the beds were very comfortable...the staff was very helpful with anything I asked them to do...the breakfast was good also...the staff was very helpful with instructions how to get to the places that I had to go to...since this was my first time here...this helped a lot...I would definitely stay here again...even though we were rushed with the competition times, it was an enjoyable stay for me...

My room was clean, staff was polite. Only issue that could help would be a way to put a dollar or 2 tip for housekeeping staff on a card. I carry no cash and felt bad not leaving a tip for them since they did a great job.

Stayed at this hotel twice now on our way from down south and will again, It is clean, comfortable, suites are lovely. Within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store as well. Breakfast provides a lot of variety, hot and cold. Staff always pleasant and helpful

The room was perfect. we had planned on staying in the handicap room with the roll in shower but the night before our stay I had received an email stating that the room was not available due to water damage. They quickly moved us to another room set up for guest with mobility issues and in the end all was perfect. the breakfast was just enough so that we did not have to visit the local McDonalds for protein (most low end breakfasts are typically all sugar and carbs), and the breakfast staff made sure that even as we approached the closing time, that all items were well stocked. Jennifer who was on the front desk when we arrived took good care of us and was extremely helpful and attentive to our special needs.

We stay here every year on our way back home. Staff is very helpful, room was very clean and in the dining area food was hot and the tables were clean. The staff go out of their way so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Ive been to best westerns before Im a Diamond Member which means Ive spent quite a few bucks on stays and I normally get a gift bag when I arrive, Well didnt get one this time. Ehh guess its only at certain ones. I could tell that they were remodeling, which I could tell must have needed it, our room was clean a a big water spot on the ceiling, where I guess a pipe had busted. The room was quite clean and no odors which honestly thats all you really can ask for. Will I stay here again probably not, and only because there is a higher rated BW in the area I will try next time. Do I recommend this place yes.

The suite offered plenty of space for 2 of us. There were 2 sinks, one outside the bathroom which is nice when getting ready. We did not use indoor pool. Bed was very comfortable. Counters were granite but atop very old cabinetry. The suite was cleaner than some but a little worn.

Only apples available as fresh fruit, and other than that it was a big selection of pure sugar! But we enjoyed our room which was very comfortable with a great bed! Will return here for sure And bring her own breakfast!

First let me say the room was very clean and the room met my expectations. We checked in shortly after 3pm. We had driven 10hrs and my wife and I wanted to get a little rest before heading downtown. As soon as we unpacked in our room a loud noise (a demolition hammer) was coming from the room above us. I went to the front desk to ask what it was and they said the room was being remodeled. I asked when they would be stopping as it was so loud we couldnt even hear each other talking and the desk attendant said they would stop about 7pm. I was appalled. My wife and I went down town for the evening and when we returned they were done. The next day we left early and returned about 7pm and they were hammering and drilling again. This time I called best westerns 800 customer service. I explained what was going on and asked for their help. After about 10min of the customer service speaking with the front desk attendant, they told me there was no noise and that the company was only painting! I asked if I could text them a picture of the wheelbarrow of broken tiles in the hallway outside my room, and she just said there is nothing she can do. They stopped working about 10pm. The next morning was checkout and I was of course asked how everything was. I just looked at the attendant. She asked if I had a noise issue; as other guests had also had the same issue until roughly 10:30pm. I said yes, explained my issue with the previous days. She apologized and said she would speak with the general manager. Best western has lost my business for all future stays.

Great Place to stay, just a $10 Under drive to Market Square, which I recommend checking out, which is where downtown is and where many restaurants, pubs, bistros and bars are. I also recommend going to The Old City more of the same. People are friendly and polite.

The hotel was nice, but it is not downtown. I inquired about the marketing of downtown and was told they are 6 miles from downtown and legally the 6 mile radius meets the definition allowed, I explained we had appointments downtown, the company/owner should be ashamed to market the hotel this way. It is deceitful and misleading to the consumer etc. I got no where, I couldn't even get a printed out receipt when checking out, was told it was emailed. I contacted Best Western Inc. asked for a refund,a case file was opened, as of today I don't think this will be resolved. If not, I will be taking further steps. To market a hotel as DOWNTOWN is wrong. Disappointing

The room is very spacious,was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. All must haves. Try to upgrade the breakfast a little. The location, just off the highway is perfect. Having a very good restaurant(Puleos) just across the street is a bonus too.

I use Tripadvisor to select hotels when we're on the road and we wanted to stay in downtown Knoxville on a trip through. This hotel came up with a ' - ' at the end and "Downtown" as part of the description. Expedia had the best deal;you all know how it works when you select "View Deal", you get the deal through the company with the best deal, which was Expedia. They also listed it as "Downtown". This hotel is 14 miles FROM downtown Knoxville We booked - non refundable. Found it on the map, of course thinking we were going to be Downtown. NOT! We even approached the lady at the front desk about it and she acted like others had made the same complaint. However, it was a non-refundable deal so we were stuck staying 14 miles FROM downtown. I told her they should be made to change their listing - she got red in the face. I can't say anything bad about the room.

I stayed in Best Western twice during our trip south. Both rooms were comfortable and spacious with a nice flat screen TV, a couch, and comfortable mattresses. I will stay with Best Western again. Currently they have a special where if you join their "club" and stay two nights you get one night free.

I typically stay at Best Western hotels. We are on a three state journey and will be staying at the Best Western in all three states. The Knoxville location was fine. We were concerned about the people sleeping or sitting around the building at night. We came in one night and the pool door was propped open. That posed a safety concern for all at the hotel. We fixed it. The business computers were OK. The room keys only lasted for one night and we were required to go downstairs to have them reactivated. The person at the front desk said there was something wrong with the keys and about 10 people each day have the same problem. She was pleasant and we knew it was out of her control, but we did tell her that it was poor customer service to which she agreed. Compared to the Nashville and Cary, NC locations, this one was far below expectations from cleanliness, to breakfast options, to customer service.

I spent one night here and I chose this hotel because of the online reviews. Aside from the decour being somewhat a little dated the cleanliness of the room plus the positive experience of the staff will lead me to stay here again.

Very near Parkwest. Clean rooms and exceptionally good breakfast. Near I40, was concerned about noise. However we were able to sleep with no issues. This hotel does not allow pets. With allergies, it was just what we needed. Stayed in a king suite and the price was great. Staff very nice as well as very helpful. Will stay here again if we visit Knoxville. Good food close by also.

As usual best bestern has gone out of there way to make my stay a seamless and easy as possible. They have in my opinion one of the best reward points system of any hotel chain and have never had a problem using them.

This hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Internet was stable and fast. Breakfast was nicely presented and there are lots restaurants close by. Will definitely stop here again .

Stayed here while attending a concert at U of Tennessee Thompson Bolin arena. Main consideration was price - very reasonable. Looked as though they were renovating but not noisy at all and our floor finished. Bed was comfy, nice sitting area, fridge, microwave. Granite in bathroom. Breakfast fine. Coffee was good.

Wonderful room, looked like it had just been remodeled. Still looked like they were working in the lobby. The staff was very helpful printing out maps to our destination and making sure we had anything we needed. Breakfast wasn't the best but... it was OK. Wished we were staying longer and could have enjoyed the pool - - it looked inviting.

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night and thought we would see what this hotel was really like before we booked another night. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were nice. Rooms were very clean. We did end up booking a 2nd night but the charge for the room was $20 more, which I thought got fixed at the desk after I asked but still ended up being over $80. Probably something to do with online booking. The bathrooms need better vents. The tub in room 311 didn't drain well. There was some remodeling going on but it wasn't that noticable. We sat in the hot tub and it was nice enough. In my opinion the pool area needs revamped. It's quite dated. The solarium windows need to go away. Hotel staff were very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast area looked nice on the website (which is a plus for me) but the eggs were stone cold. The waffles were really good though. There is a nice selection of muffins. I would suggest adding Greek yogurt to the fridge. The breakfast attendant was asked for more bananas and he gave us some but never filled the banana bowl. The orange juice was empty but he filled it right away.

The hotel at first glance seems okay but it was pretty bad in my opinion. The elevator smelled horrible. The room had rips in the carpet. The handle to the bathroom was broke. I found multiple bits of dog food on the floor. Just didn't seem very kept up and clean.

We received our usual.When warm welcome.They took the time to ask about our time since the kast visit and ensure we had everything we neededWhen we booked our return in March they accommodate us even though the rates had gone up.Always look to a stay there.

You'll not be sorry you stayed at this Best Western. It is a nice-looking property that is clean and well-maintained. The staff are so friendly, helpful and will make sure to help whether it's the reservation or getting extra blankets for the room. The high-speed Internet can be a little dicey in the sign-on of multiple devices (talking laptop and phone here nothing fancy), but once I got on I had no problems and it is fast for this moderate user. The remote interface with the TV is just plain bad and there is nothing to guide you regarding which network corresponds to the list of stations (e.g., 12 is local Channel 8, or CBS), but once you get past that everything works well and is clean. The toiletries provided are well-stocked and, like I said, clean! The beds are very comfortable, I always use the extra blanket provided so let them know ahead of time if you want more than one extra blanket, because they sometimes do not have more than one extra per room available. There is a fridge and microwave in the room and the coffee maker is also stocked well. I've had the pleasure of about 15-20 stays in Knoxville this year due to medical treatment and once I found this Best Western we've not stayed anywhere else. For the price, comfort and the way you are treated you can't beat it. I have another 12-15 nights to stay and they'll all be at this marvelous find in Knoxville, TN near downtown.

The room was very nice and big. There was some unexpected tables that we were able to spread out our stuff. We definitely we not crunched for space. The beds were big and comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Got a great deal for our anniversary weekend. Huge suite and bed, way more than the two of us needed, but it was nice to stretch out. Clean and well decorated. We hung out in the hot tub in the evening, which was great because it was super cold outside. It's really close to anything you might need. Can't say how breakfast is because we accidentally slept through it by mistake! lol But they were very patient and let us check out at 11:30 instead of 11, since our alarm hadn't gone off. Better than expected at the price point, so will definitely stay here again if we're stopping through Knoxville.

We did a late night check in while traveling from Florida to Michigan. The room was clean, updated, and the beds were comfy. The pull out couch mattress could have been a bit thicker, and no pillows were provided for it. I loved the remote, which was a "clean remote" (google it). I wish all hotels used them. The soaps and shampoo/conditioner smelled great and were a nice quality. Breakfast was typical, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal and pastries. The best part was the rate, we only paid $83 for the night for a room that slept 5.

This hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced. It had a nice breakfast included with good choices and open for a nice amount of time. The rooms were quiet and lean. Easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stay at Best Westerns most of the time while traveling. We wanted to stay some place that was about 10-hour drive from where we left. The Knoxville area was part of that search. We booked a couple days ahead online because it was New Year's Eve and didn't want to be stuck without a room. The hotel was easy access to the highway. Restaurants were nearby. It was everything we needed and some for our travels.

Pets are always welcome here and the charge is more than reasonable. The rooms designated for pets are spacious and always ground-level. There are large play areas at the motel itself and on adjacent property. The motel is conveniently located right off I-75.

Stayed here on our long road trip from Ontario to Orlando. The rooms were clean and and beds were comfortable. There are lots of places nearby to eat. Many are within walking distance. Free breakfast is always a bonus.

A stop on our way to spend Christmas with our daughter in Atlanta. Booked this property with points, which is always a bonus. As a holiday gift, the clerk didn't charge us for the dog. The king suite was large and comfortable. Not a pedestrian friendly area (so many are not), but there's an O'Charley's just outside the door and a couple of places across the very busy street. The breakfast—meh, about what you get most everywhere at this price point. Great place for a road trip stop.

While traveling we tend to gravitate to Best Westerns, this one was disappointing compared to the one we stayed in the previous night and double the price! That said, the evenings desk attendant was wonderful and very helpful in recommending a good restaurant for us. While basically clean: bathroom fixtures, bedding and furniture; the doors, door frames, sink surround wear very beat up. It looked like an uneven redo of the room. There were no USB ports. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty, as was the floor in front of the elevator and the walls in the elevator. Again not worth the price of the previous night's Best Western. Not all Best Western's are created equal.

I made my reservation at the last minute, having come to Knoxville to pick up my college freshman daughter in some weather, and getting there too late to drive back home in one day. The price was very good, and I did not really expect much, having stayed in knoxville at a couple of times at places with comparable rates. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in and found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It smelled wonderfully clean and was decorated for the upcoming holidays with obvious attention to detail. I got to the room and everything along the way was clean, and well kept. The room itself was also, with very nice fixtures, beds, and a good amount of space between the "sitting area" and the beds. The breakfast the next day was tasty, well prepared, and served hot and fresh. There was plenty of everything, and I found it pretty remarkable that they had almond milk along with regular milk. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The staff was so pleasant and helpful that it felt like a much higher price place.

Very nice and great staff. We always look for a place to stay that is clean and not too expensive. We were very well pleased, and we would most definitely stay here again. Knoxville is one of our FAVORITE places!

From time to time I need a mini escape so I decided to stay here for a night. Everything was good and went smooth. The bed was clean and comfortable. I do suggest bringing your own pillows though because the 4 on the bed are quite small. The curtains in the hallway and the carpet were a bit ragged and could use some updating. One portion of the carpet in our room with ripped apart so that's something. There was one very large hair hanging off of the linen bag for the couch to be made up. That was the only hair that I saw. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are very large. One other small criticism is that the side door downstairs stays unlocked, so that's a bit of a safety concern. Theres not a key card panel to get in. The staircase is a little creepy too. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking in there at night. Overall good stay though. Refrigerator and microwave in the room and two sinks were appreciated extra touches.

Excellent service. Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. If I had to complain about anything it would be the bed, it was a bit hard for my liking this is personal preference. Overall recommend highly!

we looked at , read the reviews and drove the 13 hours to stay here overnight, Expedia had a great rate in the morning but upped it by almost $40 by the evening, so I asked the very friendly women on duty about it, and she gave me a managers discount, this was greatly appreciated, but , our room was not very clean, bathroom was disgusting, complete with genital hair in the bathtub, garbage in the shelves, open Kleenex, and half a roll of toilet paper,morning free breakfast was great, facility looks a bit tired but welcoming, lots of eateries all around it , very easy to get to off the hi-way , maybe cleaner had a bad day?.. we did tell the morning staff , if you want to stay here you decide, cheers

Nice breakfast. Some of the Best Western Hotel chains have gravy. This one did not. I would have enjoyed gravy and biscuits. It was close tothe interstate. We have stayed there before and enjoyed the stay. If you have a room toward the back and not in the front it is a quieter and more enjoyable.

This hotel is clean and quaint. The rooms are spacious, but the pool, hot tub and exercise room are small. Every employee we encountered was pleasant. It's a very quick and easy trip into the heart of Knoxville. We will definitely stay here again.

My family of four stopped in this hotel while passing through Knoxville. The hotel is clean, and cozy. The price point was awesome! Hotel has pools, wifi, and fitness center. All the amenities you would need. Very pleased!

Overall this hotel in Knoxville is perfect for any need. It provided my family a good night sleep, dip in the jacuzzi, and breakfast before we headed out. Nothing fancy, but was comfortable at a reasonable price.

We picked this hotel for the indoor pool and spa. It was small, but the grandkids enjoyed it. The large, connecting rooms were fun. Loved the bedding! The sofa bed/couch made it easy to spread out. Liked the extra sink, too.

Stayed for one night in this lovely little hotel. Close to the interstate, with Waffle House and Starbucks close by. Slightly dated exterior, but the room was spotless, spacious, and well appointed. I also made use of the indoor pool which was clean as well. Breakfast was typical. I would stay again. Con: not actually downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at the BW Knoxville Suites. The staff were wonderful and even though we had only originally wanted to stay one night decided to add a second as we were enjoying the surrounding areas and didn't want to switch hotels but come back here due to our first night experience.

The queen-sized beds were extremely comfortable, and I did not want to get up, but I was glad I did because of the delicious breakfast. A+ on all accounts. I will be returning in the near future. Recommended.

Every time we go to knoxville we stay in this hotel. I love it the sheets are always neat and it feels close to home. I can stretch across the bed and be as comfortable as I would be at home. The pool is nice as well. I only hate they didn't acknowledge my wife for saving 2 people lives that overdosed on their property. They explained that the people were there due to issues at their apt. Complex and that's why they were even there because the landlord was paying for them.

Room was clean, seems to have dated colors, We had a water leak from the roof. It was raining long or hard. It wasn't in the sleeping area so it didn't bother us much. The management gave us a discount, but we would rather have a leak free room.Breakfast was good. Refrigerator/freezer worked well.

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, near lots of restaurants. I have a dog and this motel is pet friendly plus there is plenty of grassy area for doggie business. They also have a guest laundry facility if you need it. Great for families because of the indoor pool.

This hotel is a short drive from downtown Knoxville. Close to restaurants and in a safe area. Applebees close by. Easy on and off the freeway. Nice hotel with good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Spacious and clean updated bathroom.

Thank you for your last double room on Saturday. We had tried a cheaper hotel only to find it unacceptable. Your hotel was WONDERFUL and my daughter said the room was the best one all week (after traveling to Myrtle Beach and back to Indiana). We will stay at a BW again.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, and good breakfast. Many good restaurants around the corner from the hotel, and close to downtown Knoxville. My only complaint were the beds. I bit too hard for me, otherwise everything else was great.

A college friend and I traveled to Knoxville to pick up an engine for an old truck I'm restoring. I chose Best Western because of the good experiences I have had with them lately. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. The room was cold when we walked in; we loved it! Room was clean as was the bathroom. Plenty of nice, fluffy towels. The beds slept well although I do not care for the European duvet. I can't sleep under that much cover. Breakfast was good although I was disappointed that they did not have sausage or bacon to go with the scrambled eggs. There were also biscuits and sausage gravy so I put some gravy on my eggs. The gravy had a bunch of sausage bits in it so that sufficed for breakfast meat. They also had a waffle maker and several types of dry cereal along with sliced bread,bagels and muffins. The coffee was from an machine and while the coffee was not bad for on demand coffee, I've certainly had better. Check out was easy and again the desk clerks were friendly. Best Western is rapidly becoming my "go to" hotel chain.

When checking in we were pleasantly greeted and offered our choice of suite. Hotel is conveniently located off I-75. Suite was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located near University of Tennessee.

Was on tour for the night playing downtown Knoxville. This is my second time staying at the Best Western. Really close to downtown and the check-in was super easy. Always my first choice when I'm in town. The rooms look newly renovated as well.

Excellent room,mattress and pillow quality is excellent. Quite place for good rest. Good breakfast. Good location. Nice and clean. Good parking. Highly recommended. Large size room. Easily good for five person if you select two queen bed.

Beds were comfortable, Sleeper was not so much...even for small children. The pool had way too much chlorine. No meats served with breakfast, but lots of other options. Staff interaction was pleasant. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Rooms were newly renovated and really nice and clean. Rooms are spacious as well. We called about an hour away and price was right. They honored my aaa discount. Breakfast was wonderful too. I felt safe here and would stay again.

Good place for one night. Area caused concern. Only one entry at night. They were under construction which they failed to mention at booking. Area had plenty of place to eat. We arrived late and there were still fast food places open.

The front desk staff person was rude. Everything else was fine. We had the king suite. The room was big. Average quality for a BW. There are a lot of options in this area though. We would not stay here again.

DON'T STAY THERE! The desk clerk is a first class b*&%h! She WILL NOT let you check in one minute before 3pm, so if you are traveling and you arrive before that, be prepared to sit in your car until 3pm!

Great location, walking distance to Ingles (now a favorite store of mine when traveling) , plenty of restaurants to choose from all on the same strip. Only time I moved my car besides for work, was for the mall. Spacious rooms that were clean. Indoor pool/hot tub were also a decent size. Very quite area. Staff was great.

Loved our stay at this Best Western. Not only was the price good, but the room was always well cleaned. The layout was good too. It had a small living room area, refrigerator, microwave, two sinks, and the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I felt right at home. We were able to keep our dog with us there and they gave us a specific room that was kept for families with dogs in case other guests are allergic. It did not smell and it was close to the exit which made it easy to take him for walks. Breakfast was included and good. Staff was very accomodating to our wishes.

North side of Knoxville with a number of other hotels at the same exit, so competively priced. We had a newly renovated room on 4th floor. It was a king suite and the two “rooms” were separated by a half wall. Large bathroom with a second sink outside of the bathroom. They missed on the Reno by not putting in new lamps with usb charger outlets, really? How could they miss on that? Anyway several restaurants across the street along with two Pilot gas stations. What's not to love about that? Really for dinner, go to the Puelo grill, across the street and down a block. Good food there with happy hour options.

We needed a pet friendly stay off I-75 big turn off when I entered the room and smelled the mold. It's coming from the AC wall unit so I notified the desk. Hopefully an isolated incident. Standard hot breakfast and pool just OK. I will probably look elsewhere next time though. Nice area for food and fuel, quick freeway access.

Undergoing renovations but was still a great say. Room was great and a good size. Pool was small but kids still enjoyed it. Lots of restaurants nearby and a free hot breakfast was included with our reservation.

I booked the room with a then actual credit card. It expired two weeks before arrival. No warning received that I should update (expiration date was provided at the time of booking). Upon arrival I was told that my booking was cancelled and (what a coincidence?) right after given to somebody else. Left with no room at 23.00 in the evening! No sign of compassion. We are in the digital age, yet I was never called, texted or mailed (the hotel had all my contact details). Very cynical person at the reception (16 June '18 evening), hiding behind hotel policies (heard about 'guest first?'). Needless to say, I had a valid reservation (on-line) at the time of check-in.

Our room smelled of a wet dog and there was scratches on the back side of the bathroom door. The room was very hot when we got there. Breakfast was good, nothing too fantastic. There is an indoor pool but it was pretty cold

Room was spacious for my family of 5. The beds however were very noisy, every time someone moved just a little bit the bed made a cracking noise. Walls had water damage markings on them. I hope that the construction they have going on right now includes new beds and fixing the walls that have water damage. Breakfast was good.

As of May 2018, this property is under construction. Also, it is NOT located in or near downtown. It is a twenty minute drive to downtown. If you want to stay in downtown Knoxville.This is NOT the hotel for you.

Wish I had this type of room and service during my week-long stay in Clearwater, Florida! I went elsewhere, won't make that mistake again. This room was dry, comfortable, smelled nice, clean, amazing!

The room was large enough for all of us to get around. The bathroom needs a little updating, but the whole hotel is under renovations, so maybe they will get to it. My pillow was the best I've ever had in a hotel, I like them firm, not so soft they fall flat like a pancake.

Everything looks fresh and modern throughout the hotel -- at this moment there is still a tiny bit of the remodeling going on, but nothing which seems to impact your staying experience. Check-in was fast, easy, efficient -- like it should always be. Room was well arranged and spacious. Nice sitting and work area; separate "cleaning/drying" area with the hair dryer and a huge basin bowl with spout. Not sure how that would work for putting on makeup but it seemed like a handy feature. Had a king-sized bed which was very comfortable and surrounded by storage areas for your stuff. Had the Sunday breakfast they provided and it was awesome. Good variety, will stocked AND, AND things were labeled so that lids didn't have to be unnecessarily opened, items mistakened for something else and allowing parents to guide kids without sampling everything on the table. What a concept, eh? Breakfast hostess was very friendly and helpful especially with those having hands full. Okay, nitpicking now (that's the problem when there are no problems, tiny things stick out more!). There was no towel bar in the bathroom for hand towels or bath towels. Not world-ending but still... For a multi-story hotel, it was a little frustrating waiting on the single elevator whenever coming and going. So, if your travels bring you to Knoxville, and this location works for you (and it was relatively close to major roads and access to the Square area) you won't go wrong selecting this hotel.

I had scheduled my Knoxville graduation trip with a competitor and had specifically asked NO pet accommodations. The room I was given smelled as if farm animals had lived there and the clerk offered me a bottle of Febreze. The issue was allergies due to pet dander....not just the smell. Hello. I was not happy with my efforts to secure another room with this major company.....so I called Best Western and even at such late notice, I was able to occupy a room within the late hour that met my requests! Thank you Best Western. I will book with you first next time, if possible!

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Would stay here again. Price and amenities were great. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Good location off the I 75 and 5 miles from downtown. Close to all you need.

They had a nice business office where you could print and handle any last minute business affairs; I had a few the need immediate attention. Their wifi was fast, secure and easy to connect too. We immediately noticed their eating area designed for free breakfasts as well as the exercise room and pool which were connected. Our room was a suite with two beds and a couch living room area. The style didn't stop in the lobby, the bathroom had a sink and there was another sink near the living area that a very hip sink design (above the counter). Granite counter tops throughout and seeming new fixtures everywhere. The carpet was new, even the hallways were freshly remodeled. The beds were clearly new and very comfortable, I feel asleep within minutes of hitting those soft pillows. IN the morning we went down for breakfast to find a welcoming staff there to assist any needs we might have. The hotel accommodated our request for late checkout without question and the cleaning staff didn't bother us. I highly recommend this hotel, it is clear that whoever runs this location is making the extra effort to go above and beyond.

The Best Western Knoxville Sites is a very nice hotel about 10 minutes from the city center. The front desk staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast bar is well stocked. We loved the hotel and can't wait to come back!

Hotel is not downtown! We asked to cancel due to deceptive add and were told the "dash" means it's close to downtown. Room smelled, area didn't feel safe. We forfeited our room and found a place Downtown where we could walk to UT, Market Square and the Riviera. I will never book a night at best Western again.

We were looking for a reasonable one night stay during a road trip north to south.This is a 70's / 80's style building. From what we saw it has been recently renovated. The hotel lobby and elevator are still being renovated. The room was spacious and had been renovated. Everything worked satisfactorily and it was clean. The breakfast was the usual that included precooked biscuits sausages and eggs. Did not use the pool but others were enjoying it with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is easy to find. Great location with an easy walk to a grocery store and four different restaurant options. Good value. Rate it a 3+

My husband and I rented a room for the night. The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. There was a pool, although we did not have time to visit it . Our room was well organized and looked updated. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa was also a fold out bed. We had cable TV and lots of places to charge our devices. Breakfast was included. A nice hotel overall, would stay there again.

Good value for the price. Away from the interstate by a block so do not hear it. Ask for a room in the back for a nice view and less noise from surface road, waffle house and gas station. Pool and hot tub small, but quiet after about 9pm. Manager responsive to you comments, staff needs training.

I chose this place based on location to activities we wanted to do during stay. Breakfast was ok. The property is a little rundown. Bed is okay. Staff is nice, small fitness center (bike and treadmill).

Room air was very noisy, smoke alarm has a very bright white light which cycles through about every 30 seconds. We were not offered our Rewards member gift, nor even greeted as a Rewards member. Breakfast was enjoyable. Reservation using Best Western website was $80 less than calling the reservation line, who said if it was too much they could get me another hotel in the area!!

Even though there is still construction in the lobby area, the guest room is totally redone, updated, new comfortable bed, new shower just a pleasant surprise. Very quiet and a good nights stay. Breakfast was good and adequate, nothing fancy but very good. Location is close to highway with lots of places to eat nearby.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel was being remodeled, but the room was very clean, updated and nice. The beds slept very well. We liked having the couch as well. The kids enjoyed having the extra room. The pool was not as heated as I thought it would be, but the kids didn't mind one bit. Breakfast had eggs, biscuit/gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads/muffins--something for everybody. The breakfast area was congested upon our arrival, but quickly cleared. There are several restaurant choices in the area. We were there for a dance competition at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium. The KCA is only 10 minutes away unless you miss the wrong hwy/interstate and get stuck in the construction. Otherwise, it was convenient for our needs. They have cribs for infant/toddler needs.

I 'won' this room on a major 'blind' booking site that sounds like Haut Wyre for (tax and fees included) about twenty off a c-note. Great value. Yes, they are renovating some areas, so the elevator floor was bare. My room door show some minor evidence of a break in at some point. The room was spotless though, and the bed very comfy. It was quite cold outside, but the room was roasting, even though the climate control had been off. It was about 43 outside, and pushing 80 (in my estimation) in the room. I actually had to turn on the ac to sleep comfortably. I'm guessing that the rooms position right over the lobby desk would have had it getting more heat from below than normal. The pool area looked fine, but I didn't use it. I was mostly concerned about my vehicle, as I am at pretty much any interstate hotel. I found a spot under some extraordinarily bright LED streetlights, but a tour around the very full lot showed some areas (on the east side) were not lit well at all. Everything worked fine, and was in good shape beyond an odd crack in the sink.

Check in and out was super easy. Hotel staff was very friendly and we slept comfortably in the spacious room. We also felt our vehicle was safe and secure in the parking lot and was within view from our room window. Didn't get the time to enjoy the pool and hot tub but I saw a few guests swimming.

The rooms have been updated and are the best thing about this hotel. They are spacious and really well done.The lobby is torn up and "under renovation" which it looks like has been that way for some time. The one elevator has no tile in it so you are on a wood base floor with nail heads visible.They could at least put a rubber mat in there to cover the base of the floor. The staff at check in were nice enough, seemed a little disinterested. The morning staff was very pleasant and more apologetic for the torn up appearances of the very tiny lobby area. The pool is tiny and the hot tub looked in need of a cleaning..dirty looking water so we stayed out. Decent enough for the price though.

We were only booking in for one night as we drove for many hours to get here. I couldnt wait to have a shower and relax but water was leaking from the ceiling onto the sofa and the shower diverter valve was so tight you couldnt get water up to the show head! We did tell them at the front desk but?.... hopefully it gets fixed for the next guests?

Stayed just 1 night. Hotel has dated interior, but hotel is in process of full renovation, just wish this would have been relayed at booking. Continental breakfast was good but limited choices. No breakfast meat offered.

We stay at this location every trip between FL and OH. Nice location - easy on and off the freeway. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Lobby was under renovation, but still clean and pleasant. Looking forward to seeing the new tile on our next trip.

I recently stayed here with a friend for three nights for a girls' weekend in Knoxville. This is sort of a don't hate it but don't love it kind of place. If you just need to crash for a night or two, it's fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, it's kind of meh. The lobby was undergoing construction to replace the tile, which was extremely loud and chaotic, but that's just unavoidable at times I suppose. The pool/hot tub area was extremely small. We had a 2 queen bed suite, and the room was nice sized, with a separate seating area. However, the smoke detectors have a bright green light that flashes constantly, which is quite disturbing when you're trying to sleep. The hallways are narrow, the elevator is tiny, it's just kind of an older building. Also the name is very misleading, as it is nowhere close to downtown. It is very close to the interstate and a bunch of restaurants.

The biggest issue with this hotel was the front lobby was torn apart and under major construction. Other than it being a mess it wasn't nosey at all but I didn't know about this construction when I booked this hotel a couple weeks before. The room was VERY large and nice. The breakfast area was nice but they didn't have any coffee!! I don't understand how a hotel that offers breakfast can be out of coffee!!! One last piece of advise if you would like to enjoy a glass of wine do NOT try to buy a bottle on a Sunday. You can buy any other form of alcohol just NOT wine.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, shoutout to Lacretia! It is close to lots of restaurants and just a short drive to downtown. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Knoxville.

Everyone that works at this hotel were so helpful and friendly. The location was great and we could easily get to downtown for our event. The pool was fun for the family and the hot tub was hot! I would defiantly stay here again.

We love Best Western!!! This property did not disappoint!!! We booked on the app, made our way through town and then exited. (The hotel is right off the highway.) A good sleep and then easy entry back onto the interstate.

This is a “you get what you pay for” hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and could use some remodeling. Speaking of remodeling - the second floor is currently under renovation yet they are still renting out a few rooms that they haven't gotten to yet. Luck have it we were put in one of those rooms. The fumes from what was either paint thinner or ridiculously strong paint and I assume dust was so bad all of us suffered from some sort of eye irritation. My son being the worst causing us to run out and get Benadryl the next morning because his throat was tightening. Ughh - if your asking why we stayed the reason is we traveled for 9 hours and arrived around 10 pm. At that point we just wanted to close our eyes. This hotel isn't a going to wow you but it is a good enough place when traveling through as the staff is friendly and I'm sure the remodel rooms are nice. We just had a bad experience that could of been avoided if they just blocked off the 2nd floor until remodeling was completed.

This is a great hotel on way to Florida and back, h We have stayed at neighbouring hotels in this area and not as good as this one. Rooms are spacious, clean which is the most important to us...and quiet.

This was a nice hotel right on the outskirts of Knoxville. The hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities, such as a pool and laundry. There was plenty of well lit parking around the outside of the hotel. Inside the rooms, they were spacious and had an area with a couch and coffee and a mini fridge. The hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and shared a parking lot with an Ingles, which was the best amenity for us. The staff was nice, the wifi worked great and there was complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. No complaints from our stay, would definitely recommend if you're in the Knoxville area.

Hotel was under renovation. Material stacked around outside. Price was twice as much as a comparable hotel w stayed at two weeks earlier in the same area. We were traveling with two pets. The pet fee was $15 each. The Red Roof Inn we previously stayed at was half the price and no pet fee. Breakfast was bland and unattended by any staff.

Due to snow while we were in town for a television show shoot, we booked a room for Tuesday night, January 16, 2018 and arrived at the hotel at around 3:30. We first noticed the hotel was under some sort of construction, but assumed that since it was open for business, this would not interfere with the stay. By 6:00 PM, our entire room and the hallway outside the room (On the 2nd floor) smelled like an ashtray as someone in another room was smoking. This was reported to the front desk. Beginning at around 5:40, a man in another room (We were not certain of the precise room) started shouting at someone. We assumed a wife, girlfriend or other spouse. He cussed the person out by screaming loud enough to be heard from our room with the television set on. After screaming for no less than twenty minutes, we heard some sort of pounding either on the walls of on furniture. We could not determine which room the screaming and pounding came from, but when we went near the door to check, we could very clearly hear every word the man was screaming through the air vent in the bathroom. My 10 year old daughter was terrified because the man continued screaming and making threats to the person he was yelling at. I reported this by calling the front desk. The girl who answered told me she knew exactly who it was and said she would get it taken care of. About 20 minutes later, the man stopped screaming for about 30 minutes. He started screaming again and again, pounding on the walls or furniture. The kids and I decided to go to the indoor pool to try to calm down from listening to the screaming lunatic and to get away from the cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled like cigarettes from where someone was smoking again.When we got downstairs, I again reported to the girl at the desk that the yelling had not stopped and neither had the smoking. She replied with, "They're smoking again?" She told me she would take care of it. At the pool, when we entered, there were two older teen or very young adult women in the hot tub. They sat there for approximately 5 minutes before a man walked in from outside with long brown hair and he sat down on the pool chair next to the hot tub to speak to them. He visibly pulled out a small pipe and said something to the girls and the three of them left the pool area. At this point, my children went and got into the hot tub. I took a few photos of them from the other side of the pool, and when I walked to the hot tub, thinking I would get in and sit with them, I found that the water in the hot tub was not circulating at all, and it was extremely dark. It was seriously disgusting. I made my kids get out of the hot tub out of fear of literally catching something from the filthy black water. I allowed them to swim for about 10 minutes as the pool water was at least clear. I called the front desk at around 11:00 PM to ask for a late check out on Thursday, January 18, 2018 and requested to leave at 1. I was told she could do the check out for noon. On Thursday, the day shift clerk called the room at just a few minutes after 11, while my hair was still dripping wet and my children were not yet fully ready to leave, and she asked me if we could hurry because the maids needed to clean the room and check out was at 11. I told her I had a late check out and that the night shift woman told me we could check out at noon. She said, "Well, these girls are waiting on you to leave so they can finish cleaning." My kids and I rushed to finish packing up, drying my hair and getting out as quickly as possible. We left at precisely 11:45. Unless something is seriously adjusted at this hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Knoxville Suites. The staff were all very friendly and the room was huge. The hotel is located just off the highway. It's easy to find and also easy to get around town once you'v checked in. If you're staying longer, and looking to prepare food in the room, there's a grocery store conveniently located next door. The room itself was quite large. In addition to the standard bathroom and sleeping areas, there was a living room set up with a couch, coffee table, and desk. The TV was quite large as well. Great for relaxing or even getting some work done. There's free wi-fi and also a business center in the lobby if you need to print something or left the laptop at home. The hotel offers an indoor pool and hot tub, which is especially nice during the winter months. There's also a fitness center and a tasty hot breakfast every morning. Fruit, cereal and eggs are available. More indulgent fare as well — waffles and biscuits and gravy when I stayed. I really appreciated the extended breakfast hours. Food was available all the way from 6am-10am. The Best Western Knoxville Suites was exactly what I was looking for. A friendly, clean hotel with especially comfortable rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.

My family took a trip to Knoxville to tour the University of Tennessee campus with my daughter. We needed 2 rooms that were pet friendly. We arrived on January 11-12. The desk clerk greeted us and checked us in while also informing us of the amenities and what time they closed. We went to our adjoining rooms. After carefully going over the room with a white glove we found them to be very acceptable. They were pet rooms and surprisingly we did not detect any unusual orders. The hot breakfast was just ok it could stand some improvement. The coffee was the worst. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. They did have a good variety from waffles bagels fruit muffins cereal various flavors of yogurt. There was No microwave in the breakfast area. I would have liked to have heated my cinnamon rolls up and heated my hot food up more. No fault of the person who prepared the food. The lady kept everything well stocked neat and clean. Overall the place was very neat and clean even though it is under renovation. We were never disturbed by the workers. There was a Grocery store next door and a Waffle House along with a gas station in the front parking lot which was very convenient. I will be making many trips to Knoxville over the next several years and I will definitely be staying here again. I will also add the desk staff and housekeeping was outstanding!! They deserve 5 stars. Thanks!

Stayed for one night on my way home from Florida. Check in went very smooth, excellent staff! Room was what one would expect, clean, decent size, lots of TV channels to pick from, no view to speak of but didn't matter. Lots of restaurants around the area to grab a quick dinner. This hotel covered everything for a one night stay.

We are very pleased with the staff and service here and the room is great. Everything is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great. We will definitely come back again next time. Family friendly and lot of restaurants close by.

The stay was okay, the room was clean but cold. Could not get the room warmed up. The bed was nice but very high. Wife has issues with her legs so it was hard for her to get into bed. I am a diamond and my gift bag was not offered to me.

We were en route to Florida. The hot tub gave us an excellent destressor from our travels. The fitness area was very basic ( a treadmill and an exercise bike), but helped relieve the stagnant feeling.

Tried to cancel before 4PM day of reservations and was told that we couldn't - despite the fact that the policy was clearly printed our reservation paperwork. Was told the manager would follow-up and resolve the problem. Gave them my phone number but never heard back from anyone since.

The room was completely clean. Good, hot breakfast. Extra pillows, which was a huge plus. Staff was as friendly as could be, and helped us above and beyond. Shower was spotless, with great water pressure. Great stay!

Traveling for business is tough enough. I was relieved to pull into the Best Western Knoxville, meet the friendly staff and be directed to the Hot Tub. Relieved a lot of tensions from the road and recharged me for business. Room was very comfortable--had a great space to do work & a large television to spend time watching basketball. I slept very well and there were several places to eat within walking distance.

Was on the road and this Best Western was perfect for our needs. It was just a few minutes outside of downtown. We had a clean room, the staff was friendly, and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. Would recommend!

For a quick one night stay I chose Best Western at the recommendation of a friend. It was warm and welcoming and the king room was perfect! An area for working and a area for sleeping. I was able top get the temp just right and I slept very well. Isn't that what it is all about?

We always like to stay at a Best Western, if we can, as we are always satisfied with this hotel chain. Our room here was a huge suite, and had really great beds. We got a good night's sleep, and felt good for travelling the next morning. Nice to have a good breakfast before getting on the road.

Without fail we have always had an exceptional experience with cleanliness, comfy beds, plenty of space; All service providers from front desk, to breakfast servers, to maid service were kind, understanding and always willing to help our stay. This is our home away from home whenever we are in Knoxville...3 times a year.

Very clean rooms. Nice staff and good breakfast. The walls are not thin, therefore, you don't hear your neighbors. The beds were very comfortable. Didn't go in the pool but it was just the right size for kids.

We booked this on BW.com for the best rates. Arrived around 7:30 and checked in was easy. Didn't appear to be many guests as it was a Sunday night. Many restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and quiet.

We couldn't have been happier with this hotel! Hubby liked that it was easy to get in and out of parking lot with free parking, and convenient to interstate, but not noisy! Plenty of food close to hotel -- not walking distance, except Applebee's and Waffle House right in the parking lot. We didnt try either, but lots of food choices within one mile. Nice indoor pool and hot tub facility is THE BOMB, even if you do have to pester just a bit to get towels. We loved our clean HUGE SUITE w big flatscreen, great bathroom, and a couch/sitting area. Plenty of plug ins were located everywhere, sink located both inside bathroom and outside. We had microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker (plus coffee and tea always available in lobby.) Can't beat the amenities; we will be back every time we are in Knoxville. With the exception of one rude male housekeeper, staff is unbeatable!! Friendly desk staff will feel like friends in no time. Breakfast woman does a great job; she's friendly and keeps it clean and well stocked. Its your standard free breakfast pretty much-- mostly cold items. The 24 hr availability of hot tea and coffee makes HUGE points with me!! Pool is open late, and it's wonderful to stroll by for a hot tea afterward. Elevator always worked without a wait, and we enjoyed the fish tank in lobby, too. Some sort of workout room next to pool. (It looked like it had lots of equip, but didnt go in.) Tip: dont buy gas near hotel. It is cheaper a half mile away by at least 10 cents per gallon. Not a luxury hotel, but clean and really made the grade with its good parking, great staff, many amenities, and BIG suites!! Pet friendly, hot tub, and indoor pool!???!!! Yes, Yes, and Yes!!

My husband and I traveled to Knoxville for me to have surgery..I'm handicapped and require special accommodations..My ADA room was great..It provided a quite and comfortable place for me to rest post-op.

Nice and clean hotel. Pool was closed and we got there to late for breakfast but they let us get some muffins. I have a special needs daughter and the room was perfect for her. The lady that checked us in was so kind and helped us find everything we needed.

For a weekend getaway, this hotel is a good alternative to the more expensive brands. Don't be fooled however. The property is nowhere close to downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located off the interstate, in an area of motels and fast food outlets. My only complaint about the hotel was cleanliness. The upholstered bench seat had paint stains and one corner was "decorated' by ball point pen scrawling that looked like a child had been practicing his drawing skills. The loveseat also had some suspicious looking stains. The bathroom door needed a good scrubbing and the bathtub had mildew stains in the grout. Still, the hotel is a class above the bargain brands, and worth the extra expense. They also allow pets for a modest $15 fee.

Hotel met all of our expectations for a one night stop-over before heading to our mountain cabin. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical, hot and stocked even though we came in after the morning rush. Would definitely stay here in the future if the need arises while visiting family in the area.

While this hotel is not exactly downtown, it is a quick ride away and easily accessible. Rooms were clean, looks like the place has had a pretty recent renovation. Staff was very pleasant, no complaints. Good value compared to what you pay to be slightly closer to downtown. Stay here, save your money for fun.

Easy to find hotel off I 75 hwy. Has a small pool to work out stiffness from a long drive. Very friendly, helpful staff! Close to shopping and many restaurants within a short walk or drive. Able to park relatively close to the door for ease of unloading and loading. Didn't bring a pet but it is a pet friendly hotel.

Knoxville has a lot to offer-not the least of which is that wonderful pedestrian only plaza with cafes and sculpture garden downtown. For me it's also midway on a driving trip that I take with some regularity. It's a driving trip that could easily be done in one go but because I happen to know from experience that there is a great Best Western - conveniently located,reliable, always clean and perfectly maintained and with unfailingly helpful and friendly staff--I do it in 2 parts. This hotel is the deciding factor. With the great breakfast and lovely indoor pool-it's written in to my travel plans.

I had a doctors appointments in Knoxville. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and extremely helpful.I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff had suggestions to were to eat at night.

Nice hotel right off of I 75 in the heart of Knoxville. Close to a wide variety of eating establishments. With a pilots to fuel up everything that can't be replenished with a good night's rest. I would stay here again

We stayed here for a UT game and loved how easy and inexpensive it was to get an Uber to Downtown Knoxville and campus. I think the most expense trip was $12 on game day. The hotel also offered a shuttle to the games but it was more beneficial for us to Uber there on our own terms. We loved that there was a Starbucks right there too. The guys appreciated the fact that they could walk to the gas station to buy a Styrofoam cooler and drinks for tailgating. Overall, very convenient location, amazing price for a game day weekend and nice, new renovations.

Nice clean room close to downtown Knoxville without the downtown rates. We also had our dog with us and this hotel allowed dogs for an extra charge which is fine, not every location does , be sure to check. We have stayed here before and would again in the future.

I stay at the Knoxville suites every 3-4 months and always find the hotel clean, comfortable and a great value. The front desk staff are very professional and offer a pleasant check-in and check-out experience. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked. The staff that manages it is very helpful and engaging. Summary: clean comfortable rooms with great staff that always makes the stay a pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean. Basic needs met. Breakfast is a decent start for the day. Overall, great value. Beds were extremely high? You will need a stool for shorter people. One small tube of shampoo. Soap bars, coffee. It did have a hair dryer and separate make up mirror area, very nice for a couple.

We were in town for a UT vs UGA football game so we knew hotel prices would be high, but the price we paid for the product we received was definitely not worth it. All of the pictures they show online are taken with a fisheye lens to make things appear bigger than they really are. The exterior and interior of the hotel is dated, not to mention the wonder chlorine smell that permeates throughout the entire first floor and lobby. The room was descent, but definitely not work $200+ per night. The bathroom was a wreck with fixtures falling off the walls and wallpaper pealing from every corner. We did have the pleasure of a lovely visitors in the middle of the night, visitors of the insect variety. The breakfast is a joke with only about 15 seats for everyone to eat. The staff were at least nice, the ones that would actually look at and talk to you. I've always had good experiences at Best Western, but this trip really has be re-thinking my choice of hotel in the future.

Nice staff, large clean comfortable room, good breakfast, great price for what I received - well worth it! I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I did not even realize this would be a suite! We were pleasantly surprised by how much room we had and how clean everything was.

I normally don't stay at BW. It just isn't normally what I book. I chose this hotel for a college football game at Neyland Stadium based on price and location. It was excellent. The room was large, clean, quiet and had an amazingly comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The staff was TOP NOTCH! I would stay here again!

Everything about he room was wonderful. New large high definition T.V., beautiful composite counter tops and super comfortable king bed. I think that for the money, this was one of the best values I have found in a very long time. The location is also convenient to a huge selection of restaurants. I'll stay here any time I visit Knoxville.

Reliability, dependability, and validity are 100% at the Best Western located on Pratt Rd. The entire staff were caring, kind, and treated us as friends. Understanding our needs of displacement from our homes, due to hurricane Irma, they welcomed us, shared conversation and time with us. Whatever, we needed, they, both individually, and as a team, were right there for us. I guess they are a true image of Tennessee. By the way, we fell head and heals in love with this state of beauty in every way. We can't wait to return. Who knows, maybe, one day, it may be home to us:) God has blessed the staff at this Best Western on Pratt Rd.

Hotel was local to major restaurants. However, this hotel is not Downtown. Maybe within the city Limits. You are approximately 15 minutes to downtown from this hotel. We were here for a UT Football game and it was nice that they provided a "for pay" shuttle service. Which I strongly recommend. Parking is horrible downtown next to UT due to traffic in general.

Very nice rooms and breakfast was great, even at 6:00AM! We had an early Dr apt at UT Medical Center and this was a great choice. Only a few min away from the hospital and also very close to restaurants and stores!

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Absolutely no problems there. Even at the continental breakfast, there was a staff member who was more than happy to help. We booked a two night stay in Knoxville and chose Best Western because our previous experiences (Iowa) were stellar. The room itself is well appointed for the price. You get a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, a nice sized tv and a fully stocked bathroom. The issues we had were with the beds and with noise. Beds first. Both beds were queen and clean, but hard as a rock. The bed our son had made noise every time he moved, which is often for a 13yr old and off putting when you're in a strange place trying to sleep. The noise we heard was not from the outside, which this hotel is located by a very busy road. Rather we could hear every single thing in the hallway and everything our upstairs neighbors did. They weren't being overly loud, I just wonder if the walls might be a bit thin inside. One convenient thing about the location of this hotel, it's within walking distance of several restaurants. After being in a vehicle for several hours, none of us wanted to be in the truck again. It was nice to stretch our legs and just walk a little ways to the nearest restaurant. Overall, not a horrible experience and worth what we paid. I would just update the beds and maybe see about some sound proofing. They do have a pool, but we didn't visit it during our stay. The continental breakfast was one of the most extensive I've ever seen. There were so many choices! And it wasn't a dinky little room either, which made it feel like you could actually sit and enjoy your breakfast.

Great for family. My children enjoyed swimming at the indoor pool. The room was clean and very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the eggs (S/O to the cook). We have stayed at this hotel twice and will gladly stay again.

The person who checked me in was very kind and patient, as was the one who checked me out the next morning. This is my second time staying at this location, and I will more than likely stay here again for my next trip to Knoxville. Rooms are clean and accessible.

This Best Western was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff and cleanliness will exceed your expectations. Don't let the outside of the hotel stear you away! If you need anything the staff will be happy to help. I was there for about 6 weeks and wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the pretty, clean and updated suite. It was a very comfortable room for tired and weary travelers. Even the coffee maker was clean. It was located in a very convenient area between two major highways.

This Best Western is centrally located and is very close to the University of Tennessee Knoxville and adjacent to a nice church. The exterior of the hotel is well kept. The room looked clean and smelled clean. This was a comfortable stay. The only downside was seeing prostitutes walking through the parking lot but I'd say that is no fault of Best Western.

Very large suites, we were very comfortable during our stay. The pool and spa was smaller than we expected but still very nice. Breakfast was perfect as always with best western. My kids love all of the toppings for the oatmeal and waffles. We recommend visiting the world's fair park downtown, the fountains and playground are so much fun for free. Make sure you take bathing suits and towels. Perfect way to let the kids unwind after a long day in the car.

We stayed one night at this hotel and because of different activities going on in the area of this room was priced nearly double what it normally was. I thought that was unethical. Also, the hotel I need to make over inside and out. We also found food under the couch in our room that we did not have. :(

The hotel was just beautiful and clean. Very nice place to stay, plenty of room in your suite. Refrigerator, microwave, extra sink to use. We truly enjoyed our stay. Anything needed was available. Nice exercise area. Restaurants close by for your convenience. It would be great with children. Nice living room with couch and coffee table.

We booked our first stay at the Best Western Knoxville Suites. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The bedding was on par with more expensive hotels and we slept very good. We would not hesitate staying there again!

Had to stay here at the Knoxville Best Western after hiking in the Smoky Mountains and they had a great room with an affordable price! Would definitely stay there again and recommend people to stay there!

Just a stop over for us on our way from Florida to Ohio. Checked in at around 7PM and the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. Check out was easy as well, though morning lady seemed very tired and not as friendly. Room was much more spacious than we expected, was priced great, and was very clean.

My husband and I were on a long road trip and started our trip flying into Knoxville and staying here overnight for one night. It did not seem like it was in the best part of town and there were lots of people lingering outside in the parking lot at all hours, which made us a little uncomfortable as we were unloading the car. There was ample parking and check in was quick and easy. The room was very nice- clean, comfortable, and basic. Though a little worn- no real complaints. There was a free breakfast which was nice, but pretty standard. Good value for the money and would have given it 4 stars if we felt a little safer in the parking lot.

Very average stay. Nothing outstanding and nothing despicable. the scrambled eggs offered for breakfast were definitely not fresh made and tasted very watery. The sound insulation was mediocre as we could hear neighbors through the walls and ceiling well into the night.

Our stay at the hotel was not as impressive as some Best Western hotels. The room was adequate but a little worn. We had a couple of roaches show up to share the room. The breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

Place was clean, one guy who works their helped us get a safe place to park for our bikes in a storm. He was very helpful and passionate but, they need to do something about the laundry facility that has a door to the outside. for some reason they think putting a regular lock on the door is a good plan for security but, it should have a key entry lock so they can leave it locked and only guests can get in and not the homeless looking for a place to stay or free clothes. I mentioned this to him and loved the idea and will bring it to corporate. let's hope they listen! I also mentioned it to the woman at the counter when we checked out in the morning but she didn't seem to think the current set up is a problem. She is clearly not their at night. Small investment can fix a big problem.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Convenient to highway and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Usual hot complimentary breakfast. Quiet during our stay. Slept soundly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Check-in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. The hotel had paid attention to our stated request from our reservation, which they had already awaiting our arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer, and tall enough that I had trouble getting into it. The tv was large and swiveled so we could watch it where we wanted to. We never could figure out a way to change the channel that didn't involve going up or down one channel at a time, since typing the channel in took it from digital to analog with nothing but static. Otherwise, the signal was fine. The bathroom was clean, as were the towels. Cold water pressure was very good, hot was less so, but still acceptable. Breakfast had a good range of items to choose from, and they were still restocking at 10am. A sign announced that they have gluten free and dairy free items available on request. Items already out included: yogurt, oatmeal, 3 kinds of cereal, bread for toast, bagels, muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, a waffle maker, sausage links, french toast sticks, eggs, canned and fresh fruit, milk (whole and 2%), coffee (house, dark roast, and decaf), hot tea bags (decaf only), a juice dispenser (three kinds, although my mother said the orange juice is thinner than she prefers). The pool was fairly warm and looked clean. The hot tub felt so good after an 8-hour drive, although it is only big enough for 4 (or 6 if they don't mind crowding). We will definitely plan to stay here on our return trip.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The value or price for the room was excellent. The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate. The only minor downside to our stay was the room décor was a bit dated. Over our stay was very good and we would stay at this hotel when in the Knoxville area.

Best western Knoxville Suites, was a very good transit place for us to stay at midway to Myrtle Beach SC. the front desk was very pleasant and helpful on arrival, also the breakfast was something good to have, before we started our next day on our way to Myrtle Beach, even though my wife left a pair of medical eye glasses, when we found out after arriving in Myrtle Beach, I called the hotel and the girl that answered the phone was very polite, and asked about the glasses and confirmed that they have them, so on our way back we picked them up.

The hotel was nice breakfast with a very good selection. The room was well appointed, the WiFi worked and the bed was comfortable. I have stayed mostly at Best Western on my two week trip and the hardest thing to get use to is the mini pillows on the bed.

We were there 6/22/17. Booked online. It's OK. Adequate. Located north of Knoxville on I-75 is good if you're going north in the morning. They won't give you a room till after 3:00 pm so be aware. There are several other motels in the same area.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while headed to Washington for a funeral. Hotel staff was very helpful. King Suite was the best price. Bed was very comfortable. Had 2 sinks one in bathroom and one when you walk in the room. This was helpful if you had several people getting ready at the same time. Breakfast was very good, they offered several types of cereals and yogurts. Waffles, biscuits, sausage and eggs (bland). Great coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We were moving from NC to KY. This Best Western was a nice place to stop for the night. The hotel was a little worn, but the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to accomadate my disabled husbank

First time staying in this hotel. Had my 15 year old granddaughter with me. When I made reservations, they only offered me a room with a king sized bed, in which I thought was odd. The room had a pull out sofa. I made it on line.(3)The bed, to us, to hard to sleep on. the dresser in the room, we played musical drawers, one shut, another would open. We were there 5 days. We didn't think much about it, until like the 3rd day and we just dealt with it. Apparently they were all like that. The customer service was pretty good. Couldn't believe they had only one waffle iron. The food they offered, could have been better. The breakfast clerk was friendly and helpful to us.(3) It's a non smoking hotel, but pretty sure someone was smoking in it. Wether guest or worker, not sure, but could really smell it on the first floor, at certain times. Will I stay here again, not really sure.

Check-in was a breeze. Very nice young lady at the counter. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long drive. You usually find stray band-aids and whatnot in a pool. There was nothing to be found. My one tip would be to walk slowly around the pool. It was quite slippery when it was wet. The room was precisely as it looked in the online photos. There is a spare sink in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom. The TV swivels so that you can see it from the couch as well as the beds. There is also plenty of outlets between the beds to charge all of your devices. The complimentary breakfast consisted of fruits, yogurt, sausage and biscuits, eggs, different types of bread and bagels, cinnamon buns, and make-your-own waffles. If we ever go to or drive through Tennessee again, we would definitely stay here another time.

Checking in and out was very easy. Got to the room and thought I under paid for the room we got. I felt like I was in a Honeymoon suite not a normal room. Staff was VERY friendly. This is the only place I will stay at when in Knoxville again.

This hotel has been remodeled. The rooms are very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. It is located just off of I-75 north and easy to get back to I-20. My wife and I travel constantly and have stayed in many hotels. I highly recommend this hotel! There are numerous restaurants in the near vicinity as well.

The room was a quality room at a good price, but we had boisterous neighbors late at night and the hotel was located away from the highway we were traveling on (I-40). I also thought I had reserved a room with a double queen bed, but upon arrival discovered we had a double bed.

We were traveling to Ohio. Stayed at thus hotel going and returning home. We had a King room. It was beautiful and clean,a suite, reasonably priced. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hair dryer nice clean towels. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast in the morning but with minimal seating. Ladies at the desk were very nice.

Liked location but for breakfast not enough seats for family to eat at. To busy not enough tables. Beds were soft internet was slow. Showers are clean and a lot of restruants close by. Rooms were cleaned daily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to stay there again when we go back to Knoxville. We were fully satisified with everything about this hotel. The front desk desk were very friendly and and helpful.

This hotel is only 1/2 mile away from I-75 which is very convenient. Also nice is the Waffle House and other restaurants which are right in front of the hotel or across the street. You can walk to them for dinner. The front desk employee was very nice checking us in. Unfortunately the room we were given 214 smelled like cigarette smoke. We were given a new room next door 212 which was clean with no smoke smell. Some inconsiderate fool thought they could get away with smoking in a nonsmoking room. I'm sure they will be charged $150 cleaning fee which they deserve ! Our room was good sized with a separate area for the couch and desk. We had fun using the pool but the water was a bit cold. Not a deal breaker since we swam in it and the hot tub too. We were impressed with this hotel and will recommend it !

Some of the games I play were not available on their internet because they blocked some of the ports. I was able to get onto FaceBook and other social media, but not play a couple of my games. Very upset about this because I was almost out of data on my phone plan. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfy! Hot tub was full all night but was able to get in it the following morning. Breakfast was great!

This hotel is located right off the express. My sister and I were traveling south for the Easter weekend. It was a good spot to spend the night. The hotel staff had our accommodations ready and waiting when we arrived. The check in process was easy. Hotel stay was great. Will definetly stay again. Highly recommend...

Price was awesome. Better then surrounding hotels. It rained the whole time but we were still able to enjoy the indoor pool. Breakfast was good on both days we were there attendent was nice and attentive to everyone good environment .

I was a bit nervous pulling up, as it looks like a bit of a sketchy hotel in an area with nicer chains, but I have to tell you our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly nice.

Nothing real fancy. Very large rooms. Clean but the couch and bed were not the most comfortable. However, excellent price and very clean. Wifi worked fine. Skip the breakfast and head down the street to either IHOP or Waffle House. Very friendly people. Older hotel, but perfect for an overnight stay just north of Knoxville right off of I-75.

The hotel is a little outdated but is going through upgrades. Rooms were extremely clean! The desk attendant gavee a 10% discount card for the restaurant across the street which is very good. Staff were all very helpful. I will stay here again.

Selected this hotel for the location, breakfast and the sofa bed for an extra adult we had with us. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and the main beds where very high off the floor and squeaked anytime you moved. Breakfast was ok and had several choices. Was ok for our quick layover in our travels but was glad it was just one night.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was average, but still a decent amount of food. Hot eggs, biscuits and gravy. Overall a nice place to stay. Hotel provided a small crib for our infant and our room had a pull out couch for our older child. Definitely a bonus for us

While on vacation, we wanted to stay a night in Gatlinburg, however the city was sold out we decided to look a little further out. We were not disappointed. Very clean, nicely modernized, great full hot buffet! I would definitely stop by on my travels again!

Very clean hotel we stayed only one night but we are also staying again this week on our way home from vacation. Close to the interstate and easy to find. Our mom was on another floor but they told us on our return trip they said they would give us adjoining rooms and discounted one of the rooms. We love Best Western.

Stopped for the night and this was a pet friendly place. Plenty of other hotels and restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store next door and a gas station fronting the main road. Quick, easy check in. Property seemed a bit worn and dated and we noticed they used too much scent when cleaning the halls. Suite was clean. We were happy that it had an entry area, sitting area and king bed. Extra sink out of the bathroom near the fridge and microwave. The bed was adequate, but not one of the most comfortable. Large TV. Breakfast was ok, with fake eggs & sausage, waffles and the usual cereal and bakery. Again, it was ok, not one of the best. Overall, it was nice having the extra space of a suite for a reasonable price in a convenient location. Good value for an overnight stop off of I-75.

Easy to locate, Very convenient to eat and get gas nearby. We ate at a Cracker Barrel which was right near the hotel. Comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Clean and updated hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again.

King size bed at $85/night (includes breakfast). Facility was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a small buffet, nothing to write home about. For a one night stay the facilities were quite adequate.

We were quite happy with our day at the Best Western in Knoxville. The staff was great and it was a clean establishment. I would stay there again. I have no complaints. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Really close to many things. Room was really clean and comfortable.. I had no idea it was a suite until we opened the door. Plenty of room for the three of us to unwind! Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. Would recommend!

When we checked in late on a Friday night, the lobby had a couple people using the WIFI and the receptionist was nice. As I drove the car from the veranda to the parking lot, I was reminded where I was. There was a beater Honda Accord or similar with it's driver side window broken and a black garbage bag covering the hole. I later drove to the gas station next door and noticed the burglar bars on the door. About that time a beater Cadillac pulled into the pump next to mine and a huge black guy with his pants practically down to his knees gets out to fill the tank. Nothing happened to us or our car (parked about 4 spots from the beater car) and the rest of the area at this exit on I-75 had lots of restaurants and stores, so I wouldn't have figured it was a sketchy area. We stayed one night en route to a family activity.

I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were on our way to SC. This was the best place our whole trip. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff genuinely nice. Absolutely not a single complaint. The cost was also less because it was north of the big east /west freeway. Quiet,too.

We chose this hotel because of the great experience we had at the Best Western in Wytheville Virginia. This hotel was just as good. The two hotels were the best "Pet Friendly" hotels we have ever stayed at. They were a little more money but were well worth it! We will be staying at Best Western hotels for now on. It was well located and easy to get off and on the freeway.

I got to Knoxville for the AL vs UT game with a room already booked. Once I checked in the room I noticed it was nothing like the pictures or reviews I seen. The amount we paid was so expensive and it looked like a truck stop. So I cancelled my room with no where to go. I went online and seen Best Western was available in the same area so I took the risk ignoring the good reviews this time. However, since it was past 12am I could only book for the next day. I called up there and spoke to Joanne at the front desk and man what a beautiful warming person. I told her my situation, and she got me booked in with a competitive price and the rooms was amazing. She told me to call her when I got back to the room to let her know how it reviewed to me. I must say instead I walked down and let her know how amazed I was and how nice the room was. Grant it we got the suite and it was one of the better rooms but it was just like staying at the Marriott. Joanne made sure my stay was good the entire trip and I can't complain. Would stay here any day.

The most memorial thing about our stay was the fact that an hour away from here we realized we had left my wife's eye in the refrigerator. I called the motel and while I was on the phone they checked the room, found the drops, and asked me what I wanted them to do with them. I assume they would have mailed them to us, but we were in the middle of our vacation. I turned around and went back to get them. They were at the front desk waiting when we got back. As far as the hotel goes, it was a nice Best Western and we slept well. That is all we asked for for this one night stay.

Helpful staff and clean hotel! Very convenient to the Interstate. The swimming pool was clean and we took the opportunity to relax in the spa! In fact we made it a point to book our room for our return trip back home. Great value, great price!

My son was moving all of his belongings from Ohio to Orlando and we were looking for a safe place to stay along the way. The front desk person was really nice and let us park our vehicle and U haul trailer right outside the lobby door. The room had old, worn furnishings and smelled a little. We were lucky we parked where we did because there was a police chase right through the parking lot during the night. Apparently someone was breaking into cars.

There is something about this hotel that we couldn't put our finger on--but it just has an atmosphere of shabbiness. Add to that the worst hotel breakfast we've ever experienced: very poor quality baked goods; thin, dry disks of industrial egg; a toaster that hardly works; strange yellow stuff masquerading as butter... Across three nights, we couldn't get the a/c to function well; either it didn't cool at all, or it froze us. I'm amazed by the rave reviews.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family in Knoxville. This was a nice hotel and within walking distance of many restaurants. The included breakfast was excellent (my daughter loved the biscuits and gravy!). The hotel staff was courtesy, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Would definitely recommend this Hotel. It's convenient to stores and gasoline stations and less than a mile to the Interstate. Good quality and value for the money expended. We'll stay there again...They were very accepting of our dog.

We were on our way to Altanta and chose to stay overnight here. The rooms were really a nice size. The bed was really comfortable. The price was right for what they have to offer .Close to the highway and near a Starbucks across the street.

Check in was easy and our reservation was readily found. We got ourselves and our children into the room quickly. The hotel is a bit run down at the edges (vanities need repair, bed box springs need vacuumed, corners need cleaned) but otherwise it was a clean and neat experience. The pool was warm, which the kids loved. Their sofa bed was not the best experience, a spring was pushed up through the top on one side, but we covered it with a heavy blanket we'd brought and he slept on it anyway. Beds were hard for us and not overly comfortable, but they were clean and bug free. Considering we were able to use our cc rewards on the stay - we were happy. OH, and we were right by the elevator, but didn't hear it once - even at night.

Has a 4th floor room away from traffic. Just hear to spend the night on the way to Nashville. Everything we need and affordable. Breakfast was pretty typical. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful

Check in was seamless. That's always a plus when you get in late. Breakfast was good. They offered everything from biscuits and gravy to cinnamon rolls. The shower was hot. The toilet isn't fastened down so it moves when you sit on it. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. Nothing fancy, but better than the average Best Western.

Our room was updated and very clean. There were a few areas that could us some updating. The front desk staff was great at check in. The employee at check out seemed a little overwhelmed. Overall this is a good hotel. The bedding was great, the bed was a bit too hard for mom and I. I will stay here again. The pool was wonderful and warm. The hot tub was a bit small, but there was one so that was a bonus.

Coming back from central Tenn we decided to check on this B.W. As we were working our way home. Rooms very well maintained and clean. Got adjoining rooms with my son and grands and it was wonderful. The clerk was friendly at check it and everything was just as you would want it to be. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The pool was nice for the kids and I enjoyed the hot tub. Over a 2 night stay, I was double charged on my card. There was no internet access. There was no parking available in the lot. This was the worst value for my money that I have ever had. I will not be returning for business or leisure travel.

We stopped here for one night, and it was fine. The room was clean enough, and it was quiet. The pool was small and super hot inside, but it worked out well for our kids to expend some energy after a long car ride from Chicago. We didn't eat breakfast here because we needed to go to Waffle House (which is right next door). Not a destination by any stretch of the imagination, but a serviceable enough place to stay for a night on a road trip.

I usually try to book this hotel when in Knoxville. The service and cleanliness are consistently good and the rooms are quiet. I have actually stayed at this hotel so many times that the lady at the front desk recognized me! The complimentary breakfast is consistent with what you get at most hotels and hotel staff are always on site in the breakfast area tidying up and replacing items as needed. Check out and check in always go smoothly.

Manager attitude while attempting to settle an issued was less than favorable. He does not measure up to expectations I have with the BW chain. The BW has a customer service reputation that is above other chain motels. This should be kept in mind and customers satisfaction should be held above all.

The room was a decent size with your basic breakfast which was also decent. Check in/check out was easy and pleasant however the lobby smelled strongly of chlorine which is a bad sign for a pool. We arrived late in the evening and left early morning so it was just an overnight stay to split up our 14 hour drive. With that being said the hotel did us just fine. The rate was okay but a little over priced for this hotel I believe however we had a gift card so it made it okay. I'd stay here again for a quick one night trip as it was okay but if you are expecting luxury, you may want to look elsewhere.

It was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and welcomed. There are a few other hotels near this area, but the price is what got me. I nice pool and hot tub. It is relatively small, but my Son and I were the only ones there, so it didn't really matter. We felt like the staff cared and the people that stayed here were also friendly. There is a gas station right next to it, a Mexican restaurant, a Pizza Hut, and Papa John's delivers there (and offers specials). The only thing I thought could be better was the food quality. The eggs were ok. So it just depends what you are looking for. If you don't want to break the bank, then this is a good quality hotel and you should go here.

A very clean and quiet hotel. Better than most. Our front desk girl, Jennifer, was very friendly and helpful. Places to visit within walking distance of the hotel. Added bonus having the fitness room to use because of bad weather outside.

Friendly staff , extra large clean room Nice indoor pool but it's extremely hot in there to enjoy . Several Restaurants conveniently next to hotel. Only complaint is wi-fi is not good even if it's free . Would have gave 5 stars but not having working wifi was a big disappointment. Breakfast was just ok Not well supplied

The staff at this Best Western Knoxville Suites anticipates our every need. I always book with them when visiting family in Knoxville. Once while a guest my older brother was in critical condition in an area hospital. The staff knew this and took personal interest in his condition. I'll always remember their care and kindness.

We were just passing through the area and needed a place to stay for the night before heading into Smokey Mountain NP. Other areas are super expensive, such as Nashville and Pigeon Ford. Knoxville is a little more affordable which is appreciated. This hotel is a convenient place to stop off of the highway. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel has an odd odor, somewhat resembling mold/mildew/musty. The hotel is a little older and some of the decor resembles this, like the carpet and bathrooms. Overall the value is great and it is comfortable enough for a quick stay. The breakfast is decent for what you pay for.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located by many restaurants and stores. The staff was great. They are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great size. Plenty of room to move around. They also have a very nice hot breakfast every morning.

Stopped for a night on our way home from Florida. We stayed in a Hampton Inn the night before, so thought we'd try this Best Western for something different and for a different breakfast. The lobby looks nice. Remodeled. I got the key and then got the family and luggage. Upon entering the room we noticed a definite odor. It was a perfumy smell - as if they were trying to cover something up. This immediately made us check under the mattress and covers for signs of bugs - that's pretty bad when you're doing that. The worst part though, was the sofa. See the pictures! It was DISGUSTING!!! There was no way I was going to let my son sleep on that thing. We ended up leaving and went to another hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us our money back.

Loved this hotel!!! Everything was great! We spent 5 nights here with other families from our club for the USTA Tumbling and Trampoline Nationals. The group rate was wonderful and the suites were awesome! Loved having the extra room, as there were 4 adults in our room, including my adult daughter who was competing. Location was great, as there were several restaurants, a grocery store, and a liquor store all within close walking distance, plus it was less than 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville, with easy access to the interstates. Everything was clean and pleasant.No complaints at all! I'm hard pressed to find any inconveniences, other than only 3 washrags daily in the room, so needed to get additional from the front desk, who were always pleasant about it. Breakfast was good - open until 10:00 and well attended and replenished. Only complaint was one day the scrambled eggs were actually scrambled egg whites. In-room internet was good, although did have to call the front desk a couple nights late to reset the router. We used the hot tub one evening, and others' kids seemed to enjoy the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one!

It is a very nice stay. Staff is friendly and helpful and tried to help if there was a problem. Room is a great size. It has a good location with food store and eateries close by. We have stayed here before and would recommend it to anyone.

You can tell they've tried with renovations to an older hotel. Granite sinktops, interesting colors, cute light fixtures. However not much can override the overall mildew/musty odor. Our closet was so smelly we went to the front desk and were given an odor spray - which only masked it. The girl at the front desk was very accomodating, in fact all the staff was. She gave us discount coupons for Puleo's Cafe and even offered to give us a different room

The hotel room itself was lovely, we had a king room (not a suite) and it came with a very small sitting area. The breakfast provided was your standard hotel continental, but the breakfast room was very small and it was a pain to access everything. There are only about 4 tables in the breakfast area, so you may end up having to take it back to your room if they're full.

We stayed overnight after visiting the zoo on our way back home. The hotel is older as you can tell from the outside and common areas inside. The room has been updated & was clean. The double queen we stayed in had a sink in the bathroom & outside of the bathroom so we weren't on top of each other getting ready. The room was also very spacious for a hotel. Our room smelled as someone had smoked in it despite it being a smoke free hotel. The pool is small but very clean and we enjoyed it & the hot tub. There are many restaurants near by that you can walk too. I chose this hotel as TripAdvisor had it 5 miles from the zoo but it was 10 miles but I should have double checked that myself.

We stayed here when the hotel was 100 percent booked for a local event (which we were attending). I was impressed that I did not hear any noise coming from the hallway or from the room above us. Granted, the A/C unit in our room had a fairly loud hum, so perhaps that helped to mask any noise. The king bed was comfortable and the sofa bed in the sitting area was acceptable. We selected this hotel primarily because of its "suite" layout. We were able to fit a family of four in our room -- adults sharing the king, one kid on the sofa bed, and one kid on an inflatable air mattress (brought with us -- not provided by hotel). The spaciousness of the room was probably the single area where this hotel completely satisfied me. Our refrigerator didn't work properly and all our water bottles got frozen solid. Staff member brought us some new bottles of water immediately and offered to repair the fridge the following day, but we were near the end of our three-night stay, so it was unimportant to us. The point is, the staff was responsive to our needs. The pool is quite small -- just big enough to take a dip in, not really meant for "swimming" as such. But clean and inviting. Breakfast was tolerable. We saw the same hot and cold selections every morning. The day that we went a bit later to breakfast I regretted eating the scrambled eggs, which had gotten rubbery over time. Other than that, the usual fare, with cold cereals, breads, pastries, DIY waffles. There is no lobby to speak of, merely a sofa and a couple of chairs situated right across from the front desk, plus an aquarium. If you wanted to have someone meet up with you here to visit, there's really no place for that. The neighborhood is a commercial area, not aesthetically pleasing, but quiet and seemingly safe. Check in and check out were easy and prompt, and overall the staff were friendly and helpful. Finally, I was disappointed that the hotel was not following "green" environmentally conscious practices, like not replacing towels that were hung up. When housekeeping came after our first night, they even threw away the bars of soap we had opened and replaced them with brand new bars of soap. So wasteful. In summary, I found this Best Western to be an adequate destination for our family, but certainly not an impressive property that I would look to return to.

The bed was very comfortable and room has a microwave and mini fridge. But the flooring was not very clean and all I got was one sm bottle of shampoo. No bottle water. I asked for conditioner and no problem they provided but I had to get it. The room is outdated and the price was too high so thats why I rated as a 3. Maybe because this was memorial day weekend, I was there on the Friday night on route to Ontario. There is a carwash, liquor/wine store, shopping and restaurants at this exist on I-75 so that was convenient.

This hotel is great! Stayed here on a trip to Charleston, SC. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They have a vanity inside and outside the bathroom, which is always nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast had a huge variety.

Had a great time at this motel, very clean. The indoor pool and hot tub was very clean!! Not crowded! Rates were good. The free breakfast had many options to chose from. Many restaurants and shops close by.

We stayed while on the way to Myrtle Beach. Beds were comfortable, hide-a bed was average. It was nice to have a room that sleeps six. The room was clean and the a/c worked well. The indoor pool and hot tub are small, but as we were the only ones using them it was fine. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles etc. Coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel. Will stay here again when passing through.

The accommodations where sufficient for my need. The room was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant. I found the experience of having breakfast in the small breakfast room to be difficult. There were not enough chairs and tables, and the distribution of the mediocre food made it difficult for people to get what they needed. They could definitely work on making the breakfast experience more pleasant.

Our room had two queen beds plus a sitting area with a small couch and coffee table. In room coffee and refrigerator. Rooms and carpet in the halls appears to have been updated not tool long ago. Shower curtain was tearing and in need of replacement. Friendly staff. The staff recommended that we park our motorcycles under the front entry cover, which was a very nice gesture and appreciated. Complete complementary breakfast bar, but no meat (sausage or bacon was available). Convenient to nearby restaurants. Our room, and neighboring rooms were non-smoking. Don't know if the whole hotel was non-smoking.

The room was very clean, and much larger than we expected. The staff that we encountered were all friendly. The breakfast was very good and we got plenty to eat. Would definitely come back here if we were staying in the area again. The only small complaints would be the water pressure in the shower was not great, and the pool was a little bit cold.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They went out of their was to help us. We had difficulty finding the location and they were very helpful and stayed with us on the phone until we arrived at the location. Our room was excellent. Clean & a great bed,

From Check In to Checking Out was great... Room was clean and one of the best we've been in. Friendly helpful staff... The full Breakfast was good & hot. Motorcycle friendly parking was a plus due to inclement weather in the area.

Our room ended up being right above the main entrance to the hotel (our view was the over hang over the entrance). We were just passing through and needed a place to sleep. The room was large, clean, comfy, and reasonable price. The only issue was the noise of people slamming their car doors all night out side the entrance. Needless to say, we didn't get much rest. Any other room probably would have been perfect though.

We had to make a quick trip to visit cousins from Alabama and Found this hotel close to everything we needed. would consider staying here again. close to shopping and eating without a lot of traffic. Hotel easy from interstate

Like another reviewer pointed out, the outside made me nervous when I pulled in. A little tired looking. But once inside, it was all good. The front desk gal was super helpful and funny. Pointed out places to eat in the area. The room was wonderful. Booked via Priceline bidding and didn't know what to expect and was beyond pleased....But....the bed was like a rock. I ended up sleeping on the couch by 2am. My poor mom was in tears the next day during our drive because her back hurt so bad. Mind you, we are not firm bed sleepers. For those who are, I am sure they would find the beds fine. But, they were very uncomfortable for us. Breakfast is simple. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, etc. If it wasn't for the beds, I would stay here again.

Happy that your hotel was pet friendly, but it would have been nicer if a first floor room was available. Easier access to outside. Bringing the dog down on the elevator was awkward and inconvenient . Handling the dog and luggage, as well as purse was difficult.

Outside looks like a rough area but it wasn't a problem at all. Hotel clean and the employee's were very good to work with. Breakfast is a little above cold cereal and sweets, has 1 waffle machine with 2 choices, strawberry or original. Each day hot food with biscuits/sausage/eggs next day gravy/biscuit.
