Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites

Our stay at the Kingman BW was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. It was very quiet, except for the occasional train, but it was not very loud. It still allowed for a great night sleep. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Comfortable beds, nice to have a couch in the room. The breakfast has a full array of choices. John was very helpful, great attitude, greeted everyone jovially! I loved the options for the oatmeal-tastiest bowl I've ever had! Recommend this hotel for people passing through the area.

Special chapter for front desk Gabbi. What a thoughtful, kind and professional person. He made our check-in a real welcome. It's my second time at this hotel, and it's still spectacular Great room, everything worked. Perfect spa Great fitness center. Good value for cost. All staff friendly and helpful. We were there just one night on our way to Vegas. Room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was very good. Would stay there again. The dining room staff was especially friendly and accommodating.

Was on a long trip and bad weather came up, found Best Western . And was able to get a good night's rest and woke up to have a great breakfast and clear weather. Was able to continue our trip replenished...

Our room was filthy, outdated & bedding was in terrible shape. Door had no weather striping & was dirty, Curtain had holes in them, bedding didn't fit the bed & fitted sheet couldn't stay on, there were drink/liquid spilled on desk & night stand that wasn't cleaned. Hot water did not have a temperature regulator & got scalding hot, I wiped every surface with Clorox wipes

This place is great! Quiet and tucked away but very clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast was a plus. The staff is warm and inviting. A very pleasurable experience. This was a business trip but I'd recommend it for a vacation or weekend getaway!

Beautiful, comfortable. We had suite this trip. It is a mini apartment, with a full size fridge, small stove, microwave, toaster oven. The bedroom is separate from the living room. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and a store, and within a few miles to a very busy main part of Kingman

Arrived with spouse and my dog. Staff was very friendly/ Our pet friendly room was directly under the stairs, so there was a lot of coming and goings until late in the night. Other than that, the electric went out for a short while. The hotel couldn't help that of course, but it was a source of concern since we use medical equipment. The real issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. On the surface it looked just fine, but I spilled some water on the floor, and while cleaning it up I was grossed out by the dirt my towel picked up. These are apparently new vinyl floors, and are relatively easy to clean. I think they vacuum and dust, but do not wash the floors. But, having said that, the beds were clean and very comfortable and the people very nice.

We had a problem with our original room and Skye and Keltha responded immediately by coming to the room, assessing the situation and upgrading our reservation. Great people skills and excellent management of a situation that could have been ugly. Very happy with our clean and comfortable room. Thank you

The room had an unplesant odor. It smelled musty and damp. The bedding felt unclean. Like it hadn't been washed in hot water with soap. Check in was fine. There was adorning breakfast buffet and it was fine the food could have been hotter.

Friendly check-in (everyone here was smiling and helpful). My door lock was very sticky and only clicked, so the receptionist came with me to operate it (needed a lot of force and two hands). She then offered to move my room since my first room was quite a hike from the one elevator and the luggage cart had gone missing. The second room was fine and the green light worked on the door lock, Everything worked inside the room including the wifi. Breakfast was excellent including apparently scratch-madescrambled eggs and potatoes, bacon, 2 kinds of yogurt, frozen blueberries, and even green chiles (they are in the yogurt bar!) Staff said it was okay to start early before official hours even though they were still setting up. I would stay here again.

I travel to Arizona several times a year and always stay at the BWPKI&S. Always very pleased with accommodations and the very pleasant staff. The complimentary breakfast is great with so many selections.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable Staff were friendly and welcoming Parking right outside was great Good nights sleep Breakfast was probably the best variety from a chain hotel group on our trip One slight negative was that unfortunately our room seemed to be between those of a large group who seemed to gather outside to chat and were quite raucous but it might be the hotel weren't aware of this when booking them in

The mirror was smudged and several dust bunnies from under the bed were retrieved by my dachshund. Love that the floor is now a hard surface. The breakfast was very good with fruit and great coffee. Have stayed at the hotel several times over the years. It has not been renovated and is greatly improved.

we stay at this location when we come to town to see family the staff is always very friendly and helpful and will go out of there way to make you feel welcome but the cleanliness of the room this time was sub par at best!

Upon checkin the service was prompt and courteous, she offered us two water bottles. She upgraded us to a newly renovated suite as well. Suite was spotless and roomy. Beds were comfy. New massaging shower head was tall enough for us. Quiet rooms. train sound well muffled in background. Only small con was the gym which was dark and kind of small. Breakfast was top notch! Tons of options. Fruit and yogurt bar a nice touch. Much appreciated. Super friendly service at breakfast . They even asked us how our stay in the room was! Would stay here again!

The beds are very comfortable and the room is a decent size. Their breakfast is one of the best in the country. I travel with my dog so a good size grassy area is very important. They have two very nice size areas for my dog to roam on. The staff is very friendly and professional. Great place for a stopover on my trip .

We needed to get a head start on a trip north to Seattle from Arizona, so we left after a party to get to the Kingman Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites. We arrived very late in the evening, but the front desk staff was ready to take care of us, and we got checked in very quickly. This is an older motor lodge with smaller rooms and direct access from the parking lot. In this case that worked perfectly, as we only needed to take a few steps from the car to the hotel room door. The room is reasonably sized, but the bathroom is small. However, the bathroom was very clean and well-appointed, and the shower, while small, had modern fixtures and amenities. We worried that we would hear parking lot noise in the morning, but...we woke up on our own without being disturbed by any sounds from outside. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV had plenty of options to choose from. The big winner in our book was the breakfast. The food choices were above average for this type of hotel, and the portions were plentiful and very hot/tasty. There were two people attending to the room, and they had it looking sharp (and they were very pleasant to talk with as well). The room itself was very comfortable, and there was a weather channel on the TV and newspapers available to read. A very enjoyable morning experience. In summation, we would say that this hotel and its staff are working very, very hard to earn your business, and we respect that (many travelers will recognize that this is a quality and effort that is sorely missing these days). Even the ice machines made proper and plentiful ice for travelers. It was a terrific experience, and we will be very happy to stay here in the future.

Very clean lobby area, the staff was very nice and helpful, the girl working was able to answer all of my questions so that I was able to understand everything. Very good breakfast. Very clean rooms, they were very spacious and had everything that we needed. I especially liked that they had body wash, shampoo and conditioner in very nice dispensers on the wall.

I was very disappointed in this place. The reviews were good, but I was not impressed. First, we drive up and I realized the rooms had outside entry. The hotel is old and need of updating. The door did not feel very secure. The lobby of the hotel had broken tiles and trash on the floor. The room was outdated. It was clean. After staying here, my husband canceled our other reservations at Best Western. Do not like the fact that one enters from the outside. That is unsafe and old school.

We needed BestWestern for medical reasons every week. They were caring and answered all our needs when possible not knowing why we were there. They breakfast buffet was excellent even during Covid scare

This is one of the best best westerns I have ever stayed at. Everything from service to cleanliness to hotel rooms themselves. Everything was amazing. I wold that all Bests Westerns would be just as good.

This was a great room. It had a nice shower and it was clean. Breakfast was nice. Was more then a continental breakfast. Friendly staff. It was a great location. Good value for thw money. Bed is nice. Will stay here again in the future.

A great room, with good amenities and easy I-40 access, for a reasonable rate. The room was very clean, the pool was relaxing and the place was relatively quiet at night. However, there was not much within walking distance, not much in the way of restaurant or convivence store and the area seemed a little sketchy after dark.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our two queen suite with a sofa bed was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in a long time. There was a large variety of hot and cold items.

After a long drive, all we wanted was a quiet place to rest and a good night's sleep. The two-queen suite was roomy, comfortable and quiet; even with the occasional train behind the property and the lot for trucks beside it. Nonsmoking and cotton sheets were a plus. Nice breakfast, clean and inexpensive laundry facility and plenty of parking. From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew, the staff made us feel at home. Best Western Plus King's Inn was a nice getaway for us. We also liked the character of the area. We extended our stay a second night and plan to return and to the Mexican restaurant next door.

This is a basic motel. Our room was dingy and dark & absolutely reeked of years of cigarette smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. We were offered an alternative that smelled pretty much the same with an overlay of Febreze. The bathroom door did not close properly and there was noise of loading & engines running from a parking lot out the back. The breakfast was fine.

We haven't stayed in best Western hotels in many years. But after checking on a hotel in a hotel group that we belong to that was higher priced then we were willing to pay, we decided to check out a Best Western Hotel in Kingman Arizona. It was Kings Inn and suites. We were quite pleased with the quality of the room and the excellent breakfast served the next morning. The reception desk employees were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. And the price was well within what we were expecting to pay. We will be staying at best westerns in the future.

Nice 2 queen suite with plenty of room. Would stay again if in that area. Nice breakfast. Air conditioner in living area so made bed area a little warm but was ok with it. Staff was friendly and large parking area

Everything was good. Smooth check-in and clean hotel. We got what we wanted. Nice breakfast. Rooms are little outdated but worth for the value. Near to highway and downtown. I would stay again here, for the same price.

One word regarding Best Western - FILTHY!!!!! Bathroom disgusting, dirty floor, shower had not been cleaned, actually laid down towels so we didn't have to walk on the floor/shower. Sheets were ancient, thread bare, gross. Armchair looked like they had picked it up off of the side of the road, huge tear in it, sutffing coming out. Pre-historic mini fridge screeched so loud we had to unplug it & lost a bit of food we had bought. Lobby was soooo dated, dirty windows, less than friendly staff. Walkways to room littered with cigarette butts, dried goo, dirt horrible, horrible experience!!! Sleep in your car before you stay here!

This property was initially as expected for the location, price, and type of hotel. However, our stay was quickly ruined when we discovered the first large roach crawling under the bed as we got settled. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe a roach got in to our first floor room from the outside corridor, but we also found several items from previous guests and crumbs and dust under the beds. There was another large, dead roach in the lobby when I went to complain. The night staff had no other room that could accommodate our family and stated that there was nothing else they could do. They gave a small discount off the price of the room and a can of insect spray and told me it was monsoon season. They seemed unimpressed about us having to sleep with a roach in our hotel room. My kids were afraid to sleep, I was afraid to sleep, and I seriously considered leaving in the middle of the night. We found two more large roaches nearly dead in the bathroom the next morning, and there were several others we saw on the property. The lobby and breakfast area had a strong insecticide odor, which made us question the cleanliness of the breakfast area and safety of the food. We were mistrustful of the ice machine and chose not to use the ice for fear of contamination. Overall, it was a terrible stay my family will remember for all the wrong reasons.

Convenient off the interstate. The good things are that the room was clean and the water felt great. The downers are it smelled like faint cigarette smoke or musk of some sort. The beds were not comfortable. That was our ninth night on our traveling cross country trip, and it was the only night I didn't sleep well. We didn't get up in enough time for breakfast, so not sure what they had.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2022 whilst doing a Route 66 road trip with my wife and 5 year old daughter. Rooms were very large with a decent sized bathroom and vanity area. Our room was not cleaned (despite being told that it would be when we checked in) and I had to ask reception for clean towels (which they were happy to provide but just a bit of an inconvenience) Breakfast was average - what you would expect from a chain-hotel buffet. Coin Operated Laundry was good and simple to operate. Pool area was OK - could do with a bit of a tidy up but it was usable. Location wise - most decent restaurants are a drive away. Not many within walking distance that had decent reviews.

The room was clean, restroom needed minor maintenance but overall good stay. Bathroom fan was loud and drain for shower was clogged. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again in future.

I will never return to this hotel. Staff is disrespectful and rude, and sometimes offensive. Many times, the staff dressed inappropriately, and most of the time they were not wearing name tags. Employees repeatedly use the guest parking spaces for their own vehicles. The General Manager told me they did not have room for designated employee parking which is a lie. The north parking lot always had at least 2 dozen spaces open at any given time so there is no reason why employees couldn't park there. Also, the cleaning staff was very noisy walking by our room at all hours. I was overcharged for my recent 3 night stay and it took several trips to the check in desk to get the issue resolved. A huge problem is the surface of the parking lot. Tires squeal on the pavement with each turn of the steering wheel. The lot sounds like an underground parking garage at all hours of the night. The parking lot is both noisy and annoying. As an Elite Member, we were treated poorly. We will not be back to this hotel.

This Best Western has the best free breakfast spread I have ever seen. It is fresh and many choices. The conference room is good it could use up to date equipment (Larger smart TV, etc) that would bring in a 5 star for me.

We chose this hotel for a group reservation of 35 motorcyclists for the Fun Run Route 66 weekend events in Kingman. The staff helped plan a taco bar dinner in their conference room, allowed us to have welcome packages for our guests. All of their staff were friendly and accommodating, they also set up a shuttle to Kingman for the car show for our group. The rooms were clean and beds so comfortable. They also put us all in one section and we could park our bikes in front of our rooms. This hotel went above and beyond in helping us plan a successful event, I highly recommend them and we will be back again.

This was a good stop in Kingman. Clean hotel. Breakfast was satisfying. Good fitness center. It was a one-night stay so I do not know why I need to come up with 200 characters, but I am getting closer - there it is.

The room we stayed in was very clean for an older property and you can't beat the location to Route 66 amenities in Kingman. All staff was beyond helpful and friendly and the breakfast menu had many items to chose from. Overall, it is an older property but they didn't overcharge for what you're getting and it was clean.

The staff, establishment, breakfast exceeded expectations. When reserving room, the clerk was very kind and understood my requests. When we shared at check out that our room refrigerator didn't work, the clerk offered to discount our room.

This is an older hotel going through renovations. The older room was clean and confortable. Should be excellent in a few moths when renovation is done. There is good food very close walking distance. The room was quiet and we had a good night sleep.

Excellent one night stay. Great front desk. Large and clean rooms. Had to cancel reservation because of delay in travel due to weather and did not know when we would arrive. Held the room for us for the next day! We will stay here again!!!

We arrived from Southern CA on 2/11/22 to rest before heading out to the grand canyon. The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is one of the first major hotels in the area as soon as you cross the state lines. After a 5-hour commute, you're ready to turn in as soon as you see hear the, "Welcome to Arizona" notification on your phone. That we did, and the beds overall are comfy and in spacious rooms. The room itself was overall pretty clean, with some rare hairs here and there in the tub, which to me are not as big of a deal because those can be removed pretty quickly. There were no visible stains on any of the sheets, walls, or furniture which is a plus in a hotel that sees so many travelers. I exercise an abundance of caution when I stay in hotels regardless, so I always bring a sheet to drape over the bed, my own towel, use flip flops when I step in the tub to shower, etc. For me, then, cleanliness was very manageable. Talking strictly from a Californian perspective, I find the value of the hotel to be very appropriate, as for the price of a night you have access to the aforementioned lodgings, a fitness center, a convenient location, fantastic service, and most importantly, the breakfast. The staff present on 2/12/22 were all amazing in their customer service and in contributing to a delicious meal. The food itself was incredibly satisfying for my party; the potatoes were well seasoned, the bacon was satisfyingly crisp, and most impressively the homemade lemon-blueberry coffee cake was delicately delightful. Aside from the quality of the food, the staff were very patient in serving me a great plate and offering me plenty of choices. Julissa, Shirley, Gabby, and everyone else present that morning made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and like we were friends being invited over for brunch. I thoroughly recommend this breakfast, this hotel, and this team.

Honestly , I can say this Best Western Plus exceeded my expectations. The room was clean , a nice size for my wife and kid and there was plenty of parking. I was happy they offered a "continental breakfast" Most hotel's do, not all but most. When we walked into the breakfast area I was blown away. Freshly cooked eggs , ham , sausage, and potatoes. Plenty of juices to choose from and coffee and tea as well.They also had all the normal stuff, a normal continental breakfast would have. Bagels , muffins , and all the spreads. It was basically a restaurant and your fingertips! ALL THE STAFF FROM THE TIME OF CHECK IN , TO EATING , TO CHECK OUT WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND JUST OVERALL NICE PEOPLE !!! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

The staff and hotel was just awesome. We went for a Sister's Sewing Retreat, our very first, and it will not be our last, and we will stay at this Best Western Plus King's Inn & Suites. The staff was so accommodating and willing to help us with whatever we needed: extra chairs, a freezer to put our DQ in! YAY! The breakfast was served hot and fresh, Covid-19 friendly, with masks and gloves too. Clean facility and close to restaurants too.

Enjoyed the hot tub, too cold for the outdoor pool. All staff were friendly, especially those in the breakfast area. Loved the hot breakfast. The hot apples were a nice touch. I like that they had the refillable shampoo, body wash on the wall to save on plastic.

Outstanding customer service! The desk receptionist was friendly and informative. Our beds were very comfortable! The jacuzzi was a very nice touch. The breakfast was much more desirable that the usual continental breakfast. I believe the average traveller will be pleased with their choice of Best Western Plus in Kingman, AZ!

Several employees that interacts with the public, ignore the covid guidelines by not wearing masks. We would feel a lot more comfortable if they did. Most likely those working in the background ignore wearing a mask as well, ie. those cleaning rooms and room accessories, cooks, etc. Only the food servers were wearing masks.

Everything about this property was excellent…Great front desk staff, outstanding breakfast (best we've had a Best Western in a very long time)…very clean, nice large room, maid staff excellent, as well as breakfast staff. Good location for travels to Oatman, Lake Havasu, Laughlin.

From outside appearances, this loooks like any other hotel. Once you step inside and meet the friendly staff you'll start to realize this is more than just your average hotel. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Check is was easy, heck they recognized my status which most don't; to be honest I don't really care if they do, I'm just using this as an example of their attention to the customer. The rooms, which have doors to the parking lot, are spacious. Yes they could use a little more light, yes they could use more electrical outlets. Bring a power strip and those problems are gone. Spacious desk to work, fast internet. And then breakfast. I'd drive out of my way to stay here just because of the breakfast. It is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, it rivals a restaurant. The staff serving the hot foods are friendly, and give you plenty of food. They even have homemade foods that are part of breakfast; they make their own salsa, yogurt parfait, and one day they had pie. Just an amazing experience. You need to sample their breakfast.

I had a room upstairs and did not hear nothing but the wind howling because while I was there the winds blew in strong. The staff that served the hot breakfast each morning was very friendly and the front desk staff was welcoming. Any staff that you saw including housekeeping always greeted you with a good morning and a smile.

Nothing in the booking info or photos reveal this is an old-style motel with outdoor concrete walkways. There is an elevator in the lobby, but when you reach the second floor you find yourself outside! There are outside stairways that are wide open to non-guests. As an older traveler, I did not feel safe about leaving the room on my own to get to the lobby or other amenities. The room was okay, but in need of updating. Did not eat breakfast.

I love the fact that there was a window in the bathroom for a bit of fresh air. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. I used the laundry facilities, which was really handy. The included breakfast was great, with hot and cold options included.

We stay here a lot visiting family & friends. We like 1 particular room so we try to get that one specifically when we stay. Its the quietest. :) so we sleep pretty well. My only complaint about this hotel is the food. It is absolutely horrible. The eggs taste like cardboard & the sausage like sage or something. The biscuits are dry & gravy is powdery & have a heavy pepper taste. Eating breakfast at the hotels we stay at is one of my favorite things to do, at any other hotel. It's normally amazing, jst not here unfortunately. :'(

I needed a place to shower and sleep. I was pleasantly surprised.. Warm. very helpful staff. None of the in your face Covid nonsense. Very personable environment. Friendly and accommodating. Great experience.. Food was very good. Room very comfortable Highly recommend!

I stayed here during my road trip from Grand Canyon to CA and Hotel Room is very spacious and room was clean however it looks more like a Motel from outside not a Hotel and having small lobby for both front desk staff and Breakfast. Restroom behind Front desk was very dirty. Breakfast expr. was not so good and none of the Hotel staff were wearing mask.

Everything there is first rate. Price is high for the area but well worth it. I have never stayed is a better establishment. At my age I fly when I can but when I drive that way I will stay in this facility.

Great hotel. We stay here every time we come to Kingman. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always good and filling. The location is good for sightseeing or business. I love Kingman and Best Western.

This is a convenient hotel that provides a good night sleep and takes pets. Front desk team is always friendly and helpful. We were a bit concerned about COVID exposure as the Kingman area has a high incidence and the hotel does not require masking in the lobby. For that reason we continued to skip the provided free breakfast.

This is good hotel for my dog. It is clean and I enjoyed the homemade granola and almond milk. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers. The front desk staff, and house keepers are friendly and professional.

We had a great stay at this hotel! If I return to Kingman, then I will be staying here again. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the internet worked well! Thank you for a great stay!

the front desk staff in the morning is horrendous…no business skills, screwed up my bill even after reminding them about my credit, they need to be doing any job OTHER than talking to the guests-terrible

Wonderful hotel. Room was pet friendly and newly remodeled. It was very clear all the staff, from housekeeping to front desk, took great pride in providing a great experience. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

From the friendly front desk staff to the clean King bed room everything was fabulous. They had a laundromat on site. Their breakfasts were hot & very yummy. Staff in the breakfast area were so pleasant. What a delight. This hotel was so accommodating to us that I can't think of a place in Kingman we'd rather stay & we've stayed in at least 4 other hotels. We'll be back for sure. So worth the price. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Never pleasant to be greeted by the smell of smoke in what is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Rugs badly need to be replaced and the chipped furniture is pretty bad. On a positive note, the staff were all warm and welcoming. Room condition not their fault.

Free breakfast food was hot,, fresh and friendly staff! I service with a smile...I used laundry facility, put money in soap dispenser but was empty. front desk gave me money back plus gave me 2 boxes of soap for free!

To be catered to in a busy world is far and in between but when you visit this establishment not only do you get a good price but a wonderful smile and good breakfast to start out your day the rooms are clean the grounds are an excellent condition and the staff is willing to meet and bypass your expectations

I was sent a text about mid day from Stacy letting me know they were expecting me later, and to let her know if anything was needed before arrival. I had requested a ground floor room through Best Western reservations, and she confirmed that I did have a room on the ground floor. Tony checked me in and was very pleasant and welcoming. Being a rewards member, he thanked me for the level I was at. The room was clean, spacious, and had op to date furnishings. My only request would be is to change the light bulbs to LED, being brighter when working on a computer. Overall Exceptional service by everyone I met.

Everyone is customer service oriented. Easy on/off I40. Great breakfast..I mean great breakfast, offering a variety of pre-packaged and cooked onsite food. Today there was homemade pie, too! Rooms are comfortable and clean. I liked it so much, I stayed here on my return trip.

We found the facility to be neat and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room adequately appointed and maintained. access to rooms was from the outside and the front areas were covered and broad enough to sit comfortably outside.

Best hotel breakfast and super clean! Hotel staff is awesome and very convenient location. I've stayed here multiple times and the experience has never change.. I highly recommend this best western. It's on Point!

Old everything including carpet. Tolet overflowed, not to mention the noise of the train that passes behind the hotel. Rooms smelled like stale cigarettes even though they were supposed to be non-smok

Great place to stay in Kingman! We were please to easily exit the freeway and find the hotel. The location was a short distance from some nice restaurants. We would highly recommend this place to for a break in the long road trip.

All of the staff was friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. We had the family suite with two rooms and 4 beds which was perfect for our needs. We didn't use the pool, but the area is attractive.

Great little hotel in the middle of a long drive; should be better advertised. Pool was clean & refreshing; rooms were very comfortable & affordable. Stay here if for no other reason than BREAKFAST: wonderful array of food & the staff was terrific. We drove 4+ hours just to eat at the restaurant right next door & plan to do it again soon.

We stayed here on the 19th day of our 30-day road trip. It was the best stay we had by far. We absolutely loved: -the kind staff (shout out to Sinthia!) -the perfect pool that made the desert enjoyable -the SERIOUSLY AMAZING breakfast (eggs with green chiles, grilled asparagus, and cheese were delicious and the espresso Panna Cotta was to die for) -GOOD COFFEE ALL DAY -the spacious, clean room- we slept beautifully and I was comfortable letting my children play on the floor (and THAT says a lot!) -a clean, cool work out room- cardio machines and a FULL set of dumbbells -its central location to cool stuff (GC Skywalk, Hoover Dam, Lake Havasu). It was a good base of operations for our explorations. -the generous veterans' discount- far more generous than any other chain or location. Best Western obviously REALLY DOES appreciate my husband's service. If you are road weary or freshly flying in, you want to stay here.

My go to BW in Kingman, AZ. Usuallybthe rooms ac works great. Thus time it never met my set temp. It was really hot out? Breakfast was available I had my own food, but breakfast staff staff offered to go food.

While the staff more than made up for the property's shortcomings, I felt the motel needs a remodel. Lot's of deferred maintenance in the room and outside, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not what I figured it should be but of course the blame was placed on COVID.

We stayed here for only one night as we were exploring Route 66. I wish we could have stayed one more night. It is a great hotel with wonderful service! A 10! They had breakfast and very roomy rooms, would recommend this hotel

Kings Inn is a nice place to stay and will not disappoint the traveler. Nice pool which was heated and outside. The rooms were attractive and nicely decorated. We were pleased with the breakfast after having the grab-and-go situation for such a long period of time, The breakfast hostesses were very hospitable.

Wonderful stay, staff were all awesome! Room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Kingman, AZ. It was very quiet there too, even though it is very closeto the freeway and busy streets. Shopping and restaurants close by as well.

Great place to stay in Kingman! Very clean and comfy. Huge room with plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out. Large separate vanity was great for all to get ready. Best breakfast EVER! I had the chorizo and egg burrito and hash browns- DELICIOUS! Saw some yogurt parfaits that looks tasty but I was too full. Highly recommend!

This was one of our stops during our trip to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it felt safe. They upgraded us from to a suite. The suite was great and spacious with a well furnished and equipped kitchen and a hot tub. They seemed to be following Covid-19 precautions, the staff was wearing masks and they had two options for breakfast: take out or eat in the dining area. Unlike many other places which compromised on the breakfast (just a granola bar, a yogurt cup, canned fruit), this place had a full breakfast: scramble, frittata, hash browns, bagels and bread, fruit, fresh yogurt etc. You could choose your breakfast items (thanks a lot for this for us vegetarians!), and take  food in a to go container which the staff would pack for you if you wanted. And there were to-go pies too :) The check-in and check-out process was smooth and staff was friendly. Thanks for the great experience!

Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very professional. Only problem was: the carpet had so much deodorizer in it , I left the door open for a couple of hours to air out. Did not bother husband but it almost burned the eyes. After airing out for a couple of hours was not bad.

Carpet was wet entire time. Smelled bad. Bathroom had molded and bubbled ceiling. Old and run down. Will stick to Marriott. I should have known better than to stray. This is on route 66. Should keep up with maintenance and quality

I would recommend staying at another property in Kingman if at all possible. First, the room smelled very dirty, almost as if it was a smoking room that they now book as a “non smoking” room. It was musty and had a weird odor. We had to buy our own air fresheners to tolerate being in the room. Second, the housekeeping staff was an absolute joke. Most days it looked as if a two year old just threw the sheets back over the bed without making it. However, they made sure to leave a envelope for a tip on the table each day. Seriously? Who does that? The breakfast was average, but didn't really expect it to be much more than that. Should've stayed at Hilton home suites or Holiday Inn. Lesson learned.

The staff here are awesome, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the room was very roomy. I have stayed at this location before, and continue to come here anytime that I am in Kingman, AZ. It is close to the freeway access.

Large rooms with microwave and mini fridge. Flat screen TV and toiletries incase you forgot something. RV and semi truck parking. Walking distance to Sonic drive in walk up ordering for food. Full hot breakfast.

checked in and ate dinner and hit the bed and it was so comfy, I fell right a sleep, did not eat breakfast because we were back on the road before the breakfast was served, but would definitely stop here again

We have a dog and are used to being relegated to shabby rooms and grumpy greetings. BW Kings Inn was welcoming and friendly from Gabby at the front desk to the super helpful breakfast servers. The room was soooo clean and large and comfortable we stayed longer than anticipated. The pool was refreshing and there was also a nice indoor jacuzzi. The communal spaces were tasteful and well kept.

Stayed this best Western in Kingman for our base camp. Checking off some things on our bucket list like finishing the western parts of Arizona Route 66, visiting the town of Oatman and it's donkeys, London bridge in Lake Havasu and the Hoover dam. We had a great weekend, hot breakfast was tasty During our entire stay. Even with Covid; everything was clean, fresh and the staff was friendly. Would stay here again. We had a dog friendly, non-smoking room. Everything was great!

I booked this for my parents who stayed for 1 night on their way to the Grand Canyon. They absolutely loved it - super nice place to stay, very clean and spacious and they really enjoyed their stay! This was their first time at this BWPlus but they're already making plans to come here as often as they can, haha. Most importantly, I wanted to acknowledge Tony, a member of the staff and one of the nicest, most professional and all around great people you'll meet! He is the real MVP and my parents couldn't stop talking about how welcome they felt from Tony. We could use a lot more Tony's in this world and just wanted to say we really appreciated the warmth, energy and amazing stay made possible by Tony and the rest of the amazing staff here at BW Plus King's Inn! Clean, good towels, lots of good pillows, friendly staff, Internet works well, lots of TV options, great breakfast options. We would stay here again, for sure. Nice little town. Would even vacation here.

Had to evacuate our home due to a wildfire in the Hualapai mountains. Best western was our home a way from home for 5 days, until WE could go home. The Room was Extremely nice and the staff was even better. Hot breakfast in the morning and restuarants very close. If you have to be a way from home, this is the place to be.

Depending on where you're coming from, this hotel is a beacon of light. Located right off of the highway, it is easy to find (despite there being another BW right across the street) and not far from a gas station and fast food options. We checked in very late so we only went to the gas station for snacks and drinks. The parking lot is a bit wide and situated by some construction but it's well lit and the area seems to be well populated. The night staff was very accommodating and the day staff was nice and accommodated my gift card. The computers were slow in printing out my final bill but I certainly wouldn't hold that against the staff and I wouldn't even say it was a negative, considering how easy it is to get an email receipt. I only mention it because I was trying to keep a meticulous account of my traveling expenses for reimbursement purposes and sometimes paper is easier to keep track of when you are on the road with spotty WiFi. Other than that, we had a good stay, great breakfast, and helpful check out,

My Husband and I did an over night here. From the very beginning until the time we checked out, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quite. The breakfast was the best motel breakfast. We had scrambled eggs (my husband had chorizo in his eggs), hasbrowns, and saugage. Everything was good and hot. We spent about 45 minutes in the hot tub. It was clean and large, the water could have been warmer, but I understand with a public hot tub it needs to be a little cooler. Right next door is Oyster's Mexican and Seafood. They had great food and service. Very happy with our stay here.

Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, SUPER comfortable bed, soft towels that are actually big enough for an adult body, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (not those tiny bottles). Delicious FULL breakfast, even with COVID restrictions in place. Large hot tub. Absolutely loved it here. Best place to stay in Kingman, we will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were driving from Albuquerque to Los Angeles and needed a place to stay so chose the Best Western in Kingman. We had a great stay. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and the best part was the breakfast. The breakfast staff was really friendly and nice and they had a nice selection. The breakfast burritos were awesome. Overall a great stop along our road trip. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel make sure our stay is pleasant every week. We stay 3 nights a week for business, and we have not been disappointed. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and it's the ONLY hotel in the area providing a full hot breakfast daily.

My family of 5 somehow ended up with a reservation across the street that was AWFUL, we are here visiting my dying grandmother. We went up and down this strip and on the 3rd try landed here at the Best Western Plus King. Right if the bat Gabby & Amanda made us feel welcome! They were so kind and helpful and calmed us down. They were the ONLY people who allowed us to preview a room to see what they looked like. Saved our trip. Saved our sanity. We WILL be back! The rooms are huge, clean and smelled so good when we came in! Compared to the other place which offered us a “non smoking” room that had just had a pack of cigs smoked before we got there. Ugh. STAY BEST WESTERN!

Great easy to find location. Blocks from the freeway without the freeway noise The staff was very friendly and helpful with local restaurants. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. I will definitely return on my next trip out west.

First off I wanted to mention Gabby was wonderful when booking our appointment. She was able to accommodate our requests for a room that was sanitized and hadn't been used by another guest for at least 3 days prior due to covid concerns. She mentioned the rooms are even fogged with sanitizer in order to ensure even the nooks and crannies were sterilized between stays. I mentioned my sons birthday was coming up and wanted to make sure he had plenty of fun exciting things to do this month within covid restrictions. When I arrived we found a birthday card and a small gift on the nightstand. Wow is all I can say. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, comfortable and we ended up staying an extra day. The breakfast was great with many options even for those with food restrictions and it was like a feast! Savannah and all the front desk staff were friendly, courteous and made sure they respected our privacy to my utmost satisfaction. Truly a home away from home which is their motto. Way to live up to your company standards guys and go the extra mile! Thank you for your hospitality and your service during this trying time in American history. You made our stay very pleasant and we left feeling well and healthy. 6 stars out of 5!!!!!

Typical Best Western room done better: comfortable 2-(easy)chair well-lit reading area with coffee table - both of us are readers - enhances comfort of the spacious room. (Almost) everything worked, entire room lighting was much better than average; work table with actually adjustable chair made laptop time a delight. Problem with tub/shower faucet - nearly impossible for healthy men to operate - needed serious plumbing work to repair. Highly unusual for a Best Western, but this comfortable-but-older older facility occasionally will need maintenance. Not the most elegant hostelry in Kingman, most likely the most comfortable. Yes, we will stay there again on our next trip to the region.

Arriving into town in the evening and not familiar with Kingman, I called while on the road to check on availability and easy on/off freeway. Very accommodating. Check in was very easy with a pleasant desk clerk. Room had the seal on the outside indicating it was sanitized. They even offered a full breakfast the next morning with eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits & gravy. Very quiet, lots of parking and large room. Lots of pillows on the king bed with a large shower. Would recommend staying here. Rates are very reasonable.

Shirley, Gabby and other Front Desk staff were Courteous, Attentive and Polite. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Staff assured that Complimentary drinks: Coffee, Cocoa and Tea options were hot.

We stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon and again on our way back to Las Vegas. The guest room is average in size, with pictures on the wall that depict the area. We found the furnishings and carpeting to be quite attractive. What's a bonus is being able to park right next to your room. We loved all of the plump, fluffy pillows. We made use of the good-sized hot tub, which was in an outdoor room by itself. The doors were open to let the breeze enter. It was good to see them serve an actual breakfast at a time when some hotels are using COVID-19 as an excuse not to serve any. It was served cafeteria style. You can eat outside, inside, or in your room. If you have a complaint about something in your room, as we did, they will probably be right on it. The assistant manager came to our room very quickly to address our concern. We would probably stay here again when visiting the area.

This hotel is excellent. From the text message before my arrival greeting me, to the excellent breakfast service, to the tv channel selection, to the internet. Everything was perfect. By far the breakfast experience exceeded expectations, that alone makes this hotel standout. One of the best I"ve experienced, especially during the pandemic.

The Junior Suite was really nice. My girl friend got up way before me so it was nice she had a sitting area to read in while I was still asleep. Even the refrigerator was cold when we arrived. Would stay here again. You'll have to ASK for any bonus points if your a Platinum member though cause you won't get them otherwise.

Room was clean and relatively up to date. Parking was a bit cramped for my full sized truck. Hotel was located near the freeway for easy access. Dining options were limited near the hotel. Other services we located nearby.

Check in was quite pleasant. I was happy to have a first floor room. I liked the pictures on the door numbers of Arizona tourist attractions. The room was "sealed" that it was cleaned and sanitized, however, as soon as I hung up my jacket, I noticed a used coffee cup on the floor near the ironing board. Since we were hungry, we were able to walk to the Sonic fast food place for supper. The room was quite comfortable, with double queen beds, a couch, a chair and a coffee table in addition to a counter and chair. The room was quite comfortable and after a quiet night, we went to the lobby for a hot breakfast, with several entrees available. Staff was energetic and friendly. Check out was easy, as well.

This hotel is the best one we have stayed at in the last 2 years. The staff were all courteous and professional. Our room was so spacious and clean. Our only problem, was not enough wall sockets by the bed to accommodate our CPAP machines

This is by far The best and most top of the line best western plus hotels I have ever stayed in, they texted me before I got there to the hotel, In fact I got the text when I got off the airplane and I have never gotten a text or anything from any hotel I've ever stayed at and this was a 100% total surprise but it was very awesome and they were wanting to make sure and say hi and to See if I needed anything and I sent him a text message back asking for the address and how long it would take to get from the airport to the hotel and they told me and that they were waiting my arrival and they have been nothing but awesome when you look at the outside of the property it is a very very old property but has been completely redone and looks very nice and when you walk into the rooms you don't expect to see what I saw a super super awesome room on the inside nothing what I would expect The shower it's self is glorious I mean the whole room is amazing! They take very good care of the property there's always somebody walking around the property part of the day even on a Saturday and a Sunday keeping the property clean the housekeeping staff does an awesome job especially with Covid going on everybody was great the three people that I dealt with at the front desk were Gabby, Alicia and they were super employees and I would definitely stay at this hotel again because out of all On my CLC list this is by far the best one all the other ones on the list or trash

1st em sunk was backed up, yet door stated rm was clean. Noise, all night bathroom flushing, people talking. Walked out to leave hotel, fell on ice hurt my ankle and knee. Total mistake with this hotel.

The beds are VERY comfortable and from check in to check out we were treated as though we were at a 5 star resort. The gentleman serving breakfast clearly loved his job and is contagious happy demeanor made our day start off perfectly. Everything was delicious and such a welcomed addition considering almost all other hotels has stopped the included breakfast due to Covid. This Best Western still offered a hot breakfast and it was served cafeteria style. The housekeeping staff gave you the option to have them attend to your room or not. (most hotels cancel housekeeping during your stay). We were VERY VERY pleased with our stay and will stay here again.

We had a great stay at the king best western in Kingman. The room had everything we needed coffee pot and fridge comfy bed. Love the shower in my room felt amazing after a long day. I will stay here from now on when I visit Kingman.

Overall the place is good. Easy to get to. Breakfast was under par. Couldn't even eat it all. Eggs watery, sausage & bacon cold got biscuits & gravy with hardly any gravey. Milk & OJ were cold at least.

We visited this property for a quick overnight stay while driving from CA to TX and can't speak highly enough about our wonderful stay ! All the staff especially Gabby and Shirley were the best. The room was great also. I highly recommend this property !

We travel a lot and stay exclusively at BW. My daughter is in a wheelchair. The ADA room we had at the BW Plus King's Inn was not only large it had the most usable wheelchair floor space which made it the most functional ADA room that we have ever stayed in. The bathroom with roll-in shower had plenty of room for the wheelchair and everything, including the soap dish, was in easy reach. The king bed was awesomely comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff, from check-in, to housekeeping, to breakfast staff to check out were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing, all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The jacuzzi was nice too. Breakfast was very good and the nice girl serving us was very cool. Only con was we had a corner upstairs room with no stairs close by.

My team and I always stay here when in Kingman for work. This is by far our favorite place to stay. Always very consistent and courteous. The rooms are alway clean and well taken care of and the staff is always friendly and helpul. This is our go to spot when we are in the area!

We couldn't cancel my reservation without being charged so we stayed there even though it was not a BW Plus quality Experience. It is a motel not a hotel. It was over also priced. Room was Clean & decent though. Scary area

Everything about our stay was excellent. Nothing pretentious, but excellent people, service with a smile, and a clean room. The only issue we had during our three-day stay was the lack of a bathroom fan.

From the Front Desk staff to the Breakfast Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Excellent service from Kendal, Jenna & the breakfast runners to Gabby and Shirley the Front Desk Staff.

We were so very happy with our stay. The rooms were a nice size, and very clean. The property is beautiful, the lobby is nice. The staff is exceptional! With Covid the breakfast room was not open but they took orders from all the guest for next day breakfast and packaged it all up for you to pick up. That was so nice!!, and a lot of work. We will definitely stay again.

We checked into the hotel and everything appeared to be fine. The front desk person was nice and the room was a good size. That was until I went to the bathroom. There were 4-5 long pubic hairs on the rim of the toilet!!!! Freaking disgusting. Then, when I pulled back the sheets to go to bed, there were blood stains on the sheets!! Are you kidding me? WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC!!! There is NO way the staff couldn't have seen this while making the bed. I complained to the front desk and the manager, Dave, promptly called me the next morning. He offered to move me to a different room and I told him that I had "no faith" that another room would be any cleaner. I also let it be known that I would have immediately check out of the hotel the night before, if every hotel in town wasn't already booked because of a baseball tournament. I also told him that my son slept in sweatpants and a sweatshirt, because he didn't want to use the sheets on his bed. So, he offered me a late check out LOLOL I replied "Really?" He then offered to take 25% off and assured me that the beds would be remade with fresh sheets. I replied "thank you". When we came back to the room later that afternoon, I saw that the beds had be re-made. But, when I pulled back the covers, the same blood stained sheets were on the bed!!!!! RIDICULOUS!! The manager profusely apologized and then comped us one of our two nights. I wouldn't stay here again if they were GIVING away rooms. Did I mention that the housekeeping carts were extremely loud and kept waking us up?

Excellent customer service and very good breakfast especially during COVID-19. Outstanding rooms. We will be back. Good location with restaurants nearby. Went for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Beds were great. Even got our breakfast delivered to our room. Very clean and maintained lobby.

Excellent water pressure in the shower. Usually I don't notice this but the shower really did have great water pressure. Rooms are clean. Friendly reception and a hot breakfast served by extra nice staff using COVID restrictions. Overall a great stay at this Best Western.

A clean room, friendly staff and a decent breakfast contribute to a very good rating of this hotel chain. What was so nice also about this place was everyone who works here had a pleasant smile on their faces! This helps keep customers happy, especially after a long trip at 115 degrees! they did not use the Covid-19 card as an excuse not to server breakfast. Instead, they give you a little menu at check 7 request you fill it out & submit it by midnight. the next morning they either deliver your breakfast or have it ready for you to pickup at a certain time. I requested it at 8:30. Believe it or not, it was ready at that time, packed in a bag & on a tray for me to pick up. Great service.

We arrived without reservations and were greeted warmly and friendly. The Covid State measures were explained clearly to us. With the Covid restrictions in place breakfast was delivered to us and left at our door promptly and correctly ordered. very cheerful and helpful staff they also recommended the Mexican restaurant next door which was off the hook!

Everyone was friendly, things were clean, bed was comfortable - this is a solid 2 star motel, but I recently stayed at another Best Western Plus property (accenting the "Plus" here as it seems to be their attempt at rebranding nicer, renovated properties), and this definitely disappointed. I was starting to open my searches more broadly to Best Westerns thinking the "Plus" designation meant closer to 3 stars (think Holiday Inn Express), but this is far below that level of quality in terms of design. Only 2 complaints: Perhaps this is expected with Best Western PLUS properties, but is the motel structure (exterior access) a core feature of PLUS properties? Second, the pool was loud and PACKED - at least 75 people in the smallish area. I wouldn't be surprised if locals are using it as many people seemed to be connected (unless it was a big traveling group). Lots of teenagers, clearly parking next to the pool (going to their cars), etc. I'm not super particular, but this is during COVID times (side note), with absolutely no social distancing, precautions, etc. I'm cool with it, but surprised that the hotel is.

Its a very nice motel and the employees are top notch. Very nice and friendly staff. Had an awesome experience and will definitely stay here again whenever I am passing through the area. It is the best place to stay as well if you have a trailer or a semi, they have the biggest back lot for trailer and semi parking I've ever seen at a hotel before.

I would highly recommend Best Western Plus in Kingman. Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. they had no problem accommodating there guests due to the Covid-19. I really do appreciate the staff and made the trip wonderful

For a first trip after the covid19 reopening they exceeded all expectations friendly and extremely helpful will come back soon buffet not allowed open yet so they included a very tasty room service menu to order off of

Hands down absolutely to NOISIEST place I have ever stayed. If you need rest and a good night sleep..... forget it. Was woken up continually throughout the night, people yelling, doors slamming, car horns, car alarms, crazy dog barking...... was insane. If I hadn't been so exhausted, would have left at midnight. Will never use this place again.

Traveling back to Washington state during the Coronavirus. We watched clean a room with sanitizer, pulling all bed coverings, etc. Our room was very clean, and yes we still used our own sanitizer. Very spacious suite with 2 beds, couch, desk, microwave, and refrigerator. Stalk at the front desk wore mask and was behind plexiglass. You had to arrange breakfast delivery or picked up for social distancing. Breakfast was tasty. We travel with our dog so have an adequate place for walking and going potty is important. Nice big grassy area. We would definitely stay here again.

sort of a quiet area but it felt safe and the free snow cones were awesome the room was not bad at all it was en route from the south rim of the grand canyon from Las Vegas did the job for a short stop

Again without question, the staff and room and amenities at best western plus, superseded all expectations. Will always use BW whenever I travel. Always value for money. Staff always courteous and professional. Room always spot on!!

Room was decent, hotel was clean. The kitchen employees stunk of weed though. I will be contacting corporate. Unacceptable. Should really hire better staff for working with the public.. Says a lot about management. I was interested in using the conference room, but after my first stay I know for sure I will not stay again. I travel for business, and don't want to, or shouldn't have to be that subjected to this.

Everything was nice. Accept the internet internet did not work very well I'm a streamer movies and videos TV lyrics I don't even watch the television. So I didn't get to watch anything relax after the long trip. Because the internet was overloaded they need to put a grater service of internet thing and the rooms were a little outdated and small for what was in there. The towels or thinner than some but overall it was a nice place everyone there was super nice.

Honestly, this was the nicest place that I've stayed at while traveling cross country! So clean! Plus I had my two kitties with me and my family and they offer pet friendly rooms! We got our money's worth for this room!

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel on our way home from NM. All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept, updated, and clean. The rooms are good size tho the shower/toilet area is quite small. The shower itself is large and nicely tiled.

Excellent hotel- highly recommend. We have stayed at quite a few places and notice most hotels are degrading in their maintenance, cleaning, and value. This was our first stay at King's inn, Kingman AZ, and is now our favorite so far. Nice and clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

First of all, I live in hotels across the USA for most of the year. This Best Western always exceeds my expectations. My room was 100% clean and comfortable thanks to Jasmine who prepared it for me. Not only that but she left a nice note in the room asking me to enjoy my stay. The breafast at this Best Western is one of the best I've had at hotels. They even have a lady that cooks omelets upon requests. I love this hotel and hope to be back soon.

I called to make a reservation, they honored the price I had found online. The staff were nice and the room was clean. There continental breakfast was better than most. I would stay there again if I ever found myself in Kingman again.

It didn't look like much but the room was a good size to stretch out and quick service. Very good selection for breakfast. It was clean and comfortable for an overnighter. I would highly recommend this place if your wanting stop for a rest and great value

This hotel was one of the best hotels that I stayed during our road trip. The rooms were extremely clean and had great floors that looked like wooden planks which is excellent for having pets. The breakfast served in the morning was really good! When they state a full breakfast they meant it. Only thing I would have liked to see which wasn't supplied was a couple bottles of water in the hotel room.

The staff at Kingman Best Western Plus was very friendly and helpful, they us feel very welcome. I was surprised to learn they also served Dinner at this location, it was very good. The hotel room was very clean and a nice size. I enjoyed my stay at Best Western, I would recommend this hotel out of all hotels in Kingman, AZ. This is the best one by far.

I have stayed at BW Plus many times but this specific location seemed to be a Plus Plus. The staff was very pleasant, the breakfast choices were plentiful and the room size was great. It was easy access and would recommend this hotel to any travelers.

My frieghtliner lost its stablizing control system in Needles Ca. so I brought it in to Great West Truck Center. They referred me to Best Western, Kingman. My day just got better. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms have always been clean, the shower refreshing and the bed comfortable. The staff has always been very accommodating. We always enjoy our stay there.

have stayed in kingman like 10 times and can say dont waist your money on one of the cheaper hotels that have nothing to offer best western is great and the money i saved on breakfast payed the difference and was the food and service was great.

This is an older property but has good points. Because it is old, the cabinet door for the microwave and refrigerator wouldn't close and needs updating. Also I had to push door VERY hard to open. But room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, hot and tasty but not a lot of variety. The great part was the young man working the breakfast area. His name is Liam and he was delightful. Friendly and helpful. There should be more like him in the service industry. He started my day right. He deserves recognition for his work.

Service we received, the indoor pool and jacuzzi made it a more pleasurable trip. Having the chocolate chip cookies made it home away from home. Also our room was nice and spacious along with the air.

We had spent a long day on the road and this was a wonderful place to stop for the night. We had two dogs with us and they were very accommodating. The room was very spacious and the beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and had more options than some other places we have been to.

We were greeted so warmly during our check in we felt like we'd been to this hotel before. The room was extremely nice and the breakfast was very good. Every employee in the kitchen staff were very kind and helpful. We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus King's Inn and Suites!

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was under $100. Breakfast was good but the eating area is small and hard to get around in (which is tolerable when the food is free)! Dining is available for the evening right next door-the Mexican restaurant was busy most of the evening and appeared to be a local favorite. There was also an Indian restaurant within walking distance. Only 4 stars because the noise from outside was constant and loud/not the best for a light sleeper. The pool was busy (even in December) and the kids were definitely enjoying themselves from the sound of it. Main road runs in front of the motel and you hear the traffic all night. Car door slams and people talking outside the room come right through the door. Overall very nice to stay at if the noise doesn't bother you. Hard to get a good nights sleep if it does.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. My husband and I stayed on our way through on a road trip. We didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities since we arrived late but the breakfast was good. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This is a superb hotel. Great breakfasts. Super friendly and accommodating staff, at check in and breakfast area. I have come to this hotel many, many times and have always felt very comfortable. I will continue to come here, as I live in NM and have family in CA. This is a good halfway point. The wonderful staff are all so friendly and courteous.

There are two Best Western Hotels in Kingman, I've stayed at both and found they are each clean, comfortable, and excellent staff; one in particular during my stay here was a model of outstanding customer service!

This is a typical clean, reasonable best western motel. No surprises good or bad except for the trains rumbling by during the night. Fortunately they are not crossing any roads at grade so no whistle. But for the earthquake aware, the rumbling and mild shaking as they pass by can be startling during the night

other than the Oder in the room everything was great the staff was exceptional. there was just a foul fish smell in the room I am not sure what caused it but definitely needs some attention I would recommend professional cleaners to deodorize this room

Thankful to leave California in the rear view mirror. The folks at Kingman Best Western were very accommodating and helpful. Also, it's nice to have a full breakfast, in lieu of just a continental. Thanks, again.

I have to say that the staff of the hotel were very nice and anxious to please. But the rooms are reminiscent of the old Holiday Inn MOTELS that open directly onto the parking lot. I found the rooms noisy, cramped with the attempt at a suite by cramming threadbare furniture in the front of the room. The pictures in the advertising are deceiving. The room and the stay weren't bad, but they were average at best. Also, their location doesn't offer many places to eat nearby. I think there are better values. I doubt we would choose this hotel the next time we're stopping in Kingman.

I stayed for one night, which happened to be a Wednesday. That night they served chicken tortillas, rice , beans, and fudge for dinner - free for all guests. (I know - the fudge was odd combo, but that's what they made.) I sat next to another guest who has stayed there before. The hotel offers free dinner every Wednesday, rotating local vendors. They even do a Thanksgiving dinner in November. Place was full, lots of work trucks and folks passing through town. Breakfast is decent - includes eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, breads/toaster. Do bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. All the rooms face the parking lot with outside stairs. Trucks powering up at 6 am may wake you, or anyone talking outside your window. It's on the main road in town. Friendly staff and it has everything you need. Located close to the freeway, so location is convenient. Outdoor pool closed in the winter.

Great staff they are very professional! These ladies and gentlemen of this hotel go above and beyond to help you and to màke your stay most enjoyable... They've even texted me to welcome me and to ask is there anything else they can do make my stay enjoyable! I like that!

Overnight stop on the way to Death Valley, clean , good breakfast selection, manager introduced himself at breakfast . Bed was conformable, only complaint is we needed an early night but other guests didn't observe the quiet hours , especially with the kids Will use again in the future

Super friendly staff. Check in for our large group went exceptionally well. We enjoyed a large suite with very comfortable beds. The full breakfast was awesome. We will absolutely stay again when we're in the Kingman area.

This hotel was in a convenient location and within walking distance of a very fine Mexican restaurant (Oysters). Check in was cumbersome to be generous. The room was clean and well made up. The bed on the other hand seemed old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was the typical steam table fare with a broader selection than is typical. Check out was fast and pleasant. The clerk was able to credit my rewards account where as the check in clerk was not. Overall just average and a subpar value.

Very comfortable and peaceful nights stay here. Bed was very comfortable. Check-in/out was nice and easy. The breakfast - wow - full on buffet breakfast with very good hot selections plus many more items to choose from. And the decor and seating makes you feel like you are in an actual restaurant. We were on our way home from the Grand Canyon on motorcycles when it got too dark and cold to continue on. We pulled in with our wallets and helmets. We had nothing. The hotel was SO accommodating and helped us with a few items to make it through the night. The girl at the front desk was so friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was yummy.

It has been several years since I have stayed in Kingman. I came back to this location because my previous stays were always satisfactory. I was amazed at the improvements that have been made in room furnishings, decor, and especially the breakfast. The exterior is, like everything else in Kingman, not impressive, but the interior is deceptively upscale. The breakfast is the best hotline breakfast I have ever seen in a chain motel. The rates are a bit optimistic, but the value for the price is worth it.

Best Western Plus 'gets' it. We try to stay at Best Western when we find them because they truly understand how to design and outfit a good room for someone with mobility issues. The rooms are also geat for those traveling with the mobility-challenged person!

The hotel was good, staff were good, adequate parking, good breakfast. However guests stand outside their doorway and smoke. The second hand smoke smell comes into your room, regardless of the fact that the door and windows are closed and the heat/air conditioning is off.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was not a room, but a suite with plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the shower and bathroom amenities were great. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from!

Stayed here 10/18/19 for one night. This BW was rather special and we've stayed in a lot of hotels on this trip across country and back. The service was outstanding and the breakfast! I have allergies and needed a room without the air freshener. Shirley on the front desk was quick to say they would do their best to accommodate that. A nice lady (didn't get the name) came and took me to check out one room and said she'd even re-wash the sheets if need be! She wanted to be sure there was nothing in there to hurt me. I said the room was fine for my needs as it was, but it was impressive the help offered. We liked that you could park in front of your room. Room setup was nice and there were real glasses instead of plastic in the bathroom. Had a king size bed that was comfy and not so firm as so many are which suited me with fibromyalgia. Although the cabinets were a bit worn, there was plenty of counter space. The sink was outside the shower/toilet area. The shower was a step in tiled affair with a built in seat. Towels were thick and fluffy. If there was anything that came up short it was the fridge which didn't have a freezer. I use those to keep my blue ice frozen and the few cold things we need chilled traveling. Then there was the breakfast. I can't remember when I've stayed in a hotel on the road that provided not only a full breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy+) and had it served on dinner plates with real flatware. The servers working in that area were very responsive to needs as well. Gabby on the front desk when we checked out was very helpful with a couple of purchases I made. Both she and Shirley got the day off to a great start! If any of these things appeal to you, this would be a good place to add to your places to stay. Note there is a different BW across the street. This one is “Kings Inn”

The whole property was fine - but the bathroom was exceptional, very large shower with a bench seat, excellent for shaving legs! O.nly problem was the location, too far out of old town. There was a good mexican restaurant on the block

This Best Western is very clean with spacious rooms. The employees are very nice and helpful, especially Gabby and Shirley. The breakfast is great with an omlette station as an added bonus. Easy access to highway 40, and Kingman has our favorite Cracker Barrel restaurant plus many others to choose from.

We were extremely impressed with the room, and amenities. We had just completed a 7 night stay at a hotel in California, which cost more, and had less amenities. The room was very nice, and had a shower, with which we were very pleased.

This was our second stay at this hotel for my daughters and I. We chose it again for the cleanliness, room size, friendly staff, and breakfast. We were not disappointed. We also appreciate it's relative closeness to the freeway and easy access from the road.

The hotel has a free dinner night,I needed privacy to sign papers with a notary. One of the hotels employees noticed my situation.I was asked if I wanted to use the hotels conference room,I was very impressed by how Brittney noticed my need for privacy with all the people in the dining area.The free dinner was also a nice touch.

Traveling from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon, this was our first stop in the desert and what an oasis it was. The rooms were huge and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Gabby and Shirley at the front desk were most helpful.

I stayed for one night before hiking out to Havasu. This hotel was pretty close and had the best ratings and now I know why. The staff is very friendly and make sure you have the best stay possible. My room was clean and I didn't hear any noise. I needed to rest and went to bed at 4 pm easily and left before 2 am. I'm glad I was able to close the curtains and do that.

What an awesome experience. We had been traveling the beautiful state of AZ and staying at many motels. The night before coming to this Best Western we stayed at a very expensive lodge in the Grand Canyon and was so disappointed. The next nightw e came to this Best Western in Kingman and spent 2 nights. It was fantastic, wish we would have spent our anniversary here. The room was so nice and clean but the staff was above and beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend this motel

I stopped at the property on my way home after an 18 hour drive from Arkansas. the staff was great and my check in was fast, cost was reasonable and the room was very clean and well maintained. The lobby and overall property was well maintained and clean. I left before breakfast was served so not able to comment on the quality of the food or dining space. However, I would definitely stay here again.

We were just passing through Kingman so only stayed one night at this hotel. Everyone working there was particularly cheerful and helpful. Jordan the Manager made a point to speak to everyone to welcome them. A very nice homily stay after almost 2.5 weeks on the road. :) We would love to come back Jordan. :) Keep up the great work.

Brittany was super helpful over the phone with tips and tricks about traveling to the Grand Canyon. A huge shout out is also due for the maturer women at the front desk on the morning of October 4th for alerting me so quickly that I had left something behind in order for me to turn around and get it without losing a lot of time. The same gratitude extends to the maintenance crew for finding my jacket I left behind. Breakfast was delicious and left us full and ready for adventure. We'd happily stay again if in the area!

Like best western use them when we travel to our ranch land in Az.. near the grand canyon we are to old to try to drive in one day to our ranch land so we often stay at the best western in Kingman Az to get good rest

I love staying here because the staff always make you feel welcomed and accommodated. They are so friendly and helpful, with the goal of making guests feel comfortable. Any issue I have, they always try and ameliorate.

We have stayed here before, the room was clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was good. The front desk employee was superb, personable and helpful. The breakfast area was swamped with guests when we went there but other than one guest not getting the kind of tea they were looking for my opinion is everyone found what they were looking for.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast! The rooms at this hotel are accessed outdoors not indoors. Other guests stand outside the rooms smoking and throw butts in the parking lot around the cars. There were cleaning issues with multiple hairs found on the bathroom floor and in the tub. A very strong scent of deodorizer was used that was not pleasant. The bed in the room above squeaked every time that guest moved during the night.

To find this gem in of all places Kingmen Az. Was hudge suprise, starting with text from Staci checking on my travel ending killer hot breakfast was best I have ever seen for rate charged. I will.stay there everytime I'm traveling that way

This is my first time for writing a review. We stayed at this wonderful inn on Sept. 20-22. Having stayed at BW in the past we booked our rooms. From my first call to the Inn to our check out could not have asked for better service or nicer people to deal with. We had a King room that was nice and clean and ready for us on Friday. Breakfast was very good and wonderful selections. Location perfect for our stay. From the grounds to walkways going to room to our room they take great care to may a person feel welcome and safe. We needed directions to a church where we were to attend a wedding - got us right there. As I have a family history in Kingman is was nice to get directions to the welcome center/museum. The engine in the park across from the welcome center was last driven by my grandfather in a run call Fairwell to Steam. So proud that I was able to see a wonderful reminder of my grandfather. Also there is a wonderful place called Oysters Mexican and Fish. Do not miss going there for a meal. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay in a hotel was perfect, personal is super friendly , big choice of food for breakfast , big clean rooms with everything needed, also we enjoyed nice spa and jacuzzi! We enjoyed staying in a hotel a lot ! Thank you for your hospitality!

People reading this post, listen up....This location is THE First in the History of my 45 years of Traveling and Hoteling where “The Hotel Manager - Jordan” walked through the dining area (Breakfast) greeting each guest asking if “they slept well” and “if they enjoyed their stay” and “they liked the food being served”. He politely asked if he could take dirty plates away, so guest could get more food, if we wanted. Jordan's “personal touch” with his guests was a happy moment for me to witness. I told Jordan as such, when I checked out! He is a huge asset to this property. I truly wish more hotels, inns, and suites had more “super friendly and above all...super sincere” personalities like Manager Jordan. Thank You for making my “faith in humanity” secure again, today! This hotel gets good reviews and they earn them. Room was good size, clean, and fully furnished with small fridge and microwave. Breakfasts were outstanding. On Monday morning they even had an omelette maker there. Definitely would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Wasn't expecting anything more that the basics of any Best Western place. When we got into our room, it was very, very clean and neat, no smell at all. Carpets look newer. Bathroom was clean and looked newer also. Lots of extras, such as the swim towels provided in their armoire, bath shower gel, shampoo & conditioner (containers installed on shower wall), hairdryer, ironing board, mini fridge, microwave. What we really liked was that the walls were not thin, they seemed solid, so we couldn't hear people from next door. There was plenty of parking all around. We had a pet with us and the place had a nice 'pet area', with doggy plastic bags available. Breakfast was really plentiful and had much more food choices, compared to other hotels we've stayed in. They had ham AND sausages (most places only offer 1 main dish), eggs, pastries and bread, fruits, yogurt and all other kinds of food. Coffee tasted great. There's a restaurant at next property, but overall pretty quiet place. We recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Stayed at this motel while my truck was being worked on. The staff was Amazing at their jobs. Kendal and Cierra in the kitchen/dining area were Great. Food was always hot and fresh and the dining room was kept clean. These women always willing to help you with your dishes and get you food/drink if you wanted it. Great Great place. Angie, Stacy, Shirley, Gabby, Dana and Skyler the front desk personnel. Always polite, professional, funny and always willing to help as much as they could. Brittney the AGM. Always polite, professional, funny and always willing to help and work just as much as her employees. I watched her work the desk and even cooked us dinner on Wednesday night. Which had great flavor. She sets a great example for her employees on great work ethic. Jordan the GM. The same as his AGM Brittney. Seen him work late hours to make the motel a nice place to stay. His employees do the exact same. Make your stay a Very pleasant one. Housekeeping, I apologize for not getting names. Rooms and the motel itself was always clean and smelled good. Rooms kept very clean and had No foul ordor. They did Great. If you want a nice place to stay at a reasonable price this is your motel. We enjoyed our stay with Best Western and always try to seek out a place to stay when traveling. Prices are fair and amenities are super, plus breakfast (s) are fantastic -- a great selection of fruit, juice, cereal and The Best Waffles in America.

This hotel is well situated just off I-40 on historical Route 66. There is another BE Plus hotel just along the road so make sure you go to the correct one!!! The King's Inn is an old style motel with doors to the rooms all on the outside. However, it has been modernised in terms of decoration and a central lift to the second floor had been installed. Check in was super efficient by friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a walk in shower. The pool was centrally located and was a decent size with plenty sunbeds and tables/chairs. In addition there was a hot tub which was under cover in a little adjacent building. Swimming pool towels were in your room. The breakfast was the usual hotel offerings, both hot and cold, but as the hotel was very busy, the dining area had difficulty accommodating everyone. The guest laundry was reasonably priced and easily accessible. The hotel were clearly proud of their location on the Mother Road - pictures of the Road were displayed throughout. A nice additional touch was the motorbike wash station in the car park and bicycles were available for rent. This hotel more than lives up to its BW PLUS status.

This is a good motel and the only thing that we had a problem with was the air conditioning. We will stay again whenever we go to visit our friends in Kingman. The room was very clean and the beds were wonderful!

Stayed there by redeeming Best Western accrued points, and asked for a pet-friendly room. Very pleasantly surprised. The limitation on size is much more lenient than at other properties, as we have two standard poodles that are just over the size limit elsewhere. The pet fee is very reasonable $10 total). Desk provided ample dog treats and instructions to use the grass in front as pet relief, for which they even provide waste bags. Altogether very easy and a pleasant surprise when it comes to pet friendliness.

Arrived after a long day of driving to a clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was great, bed was perfect for me. The staff here deserve praise for being so happy and helpful. A good find in Kingman!

The nicest Hotel on I-40, the hotel is always top notch, room's are very spacious, bed's are perfect,cleanest room's, breakfast is excellent always, everyone who works here is extremely nice and accommodating!! I stay on the road around 300 days a year and this is always my favorite stop, call Early room's sell out regularly.

This Best Western is one of two in Kingman. We stayed one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. It is a comfortable hotel. The rooms are not large but they have a small living room area and desk. The breakfast was standard fare for a moderately-priced hotel. Pool and hot tub are nice plus. Fitness center was small; treadmill & elliptical not in good condition and the water machine was not worker. On plus side, staff were very friendly. In sum, for the price, this is a good deal.

This is one of two Best Westerns on the same street in Kingman, and one of probably two dozen hotels in town...so it would be easy to overlook it. But I'd urge you not to do that: this hotel is clearly into serving their customers' needs in both obvious and not-so-obvious ways. First, the obvious: for the rate they charge, you're getting a very good deal. This is an old-time motel layout where all the rooms open directly to the outside. If you can wrangle a first-floor room, there's no more convenient way to move in and out...you'll be able to park just outside your door. The room we had came complete with a huge tiled shower with a sliding glass door and a small, above-shoulder-height window that opened to the outside... bringing in the fresh Arizona morning air; that was a treat. The king-sized bed was comfy and offered five fluffy pillows (plus a fancy, decorative bolster pillow to dress things up a bit.) The room had a great, functional layout, decent real wooden furniture including an armoire-style closet, although ☹️ I had to plug my phone into an outlet in the desk on the other side of the room. Now for the unexpected touches: we happened to be around for their complimentary every-Wednesday, poolside cookout. It was clear that staff really had their heart in this event, from the staff's secret-recipe “homemade” potato salad and brownies, to the guy over in the corner, sweatily flipping the burgers and hot dogs in an ambitious attempt to keep up with demand; to the iced tea and lemonade at the end of the line, we felt thoroughly, spectacularly welcomed. True confessions: Since our dinner was unexpectedly free, I convinced my husband to walk over to the Sonic (maybe two buildings farther down the street) for an evening ice-cream-sundae nightcap. That was fun too! Another surprise came at the extensive, well-stocked breakfast buffet, when we had a chance to meet the manager. He stopped at every table in the largish room, ensuring we were all having a good time. In a fairly small town pretty much overrun with hotels, this one's a gem. Trust me!

When traveling I-40 thru Arizona, we often stay in Kingman at the Best Western Kings Inn & Suites. We've been doing my over night stays at this Motel for about 15 years. The motel has remained consistent, decent sized rooms, keeping everything clean and neat and serve a good full breakfast (real food) using china dishware and silverware. I also especially like that the room doors open to the outside where often your parked vehicle is nearby.

This hotel is very easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was extremely friendly. She noticed my gold membership and I received $$ off my room. We checked in on a Wed. and noticed they had a free dinner for hotel guests. It was a BBQ hamburger/hot dog, pasta salad, watermelon, and lemonade or ice tea. Yummy!! What a nice thing to do! I just wish other patrons would have left tips for the hard working young lady.

Great budget hotel. The hotel was easy to find and the room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The best part of the whole place was the breakfast. Just wow. Made to order omelets. Food was terrific. Although we didnt use the pool it looked great as well.

Has everything you need / want in a hotel. Clean rooms, great breakfast included, good wifi, cool pool. Very reasonable rates. And it is right on the old Mother Road, Route 66, in a great old Rt 66 town, Kingman, AZ ..... Enjoy!

We came to Kingman to visit family and had the BEST time at this Best Western! The staff is very friendly, rooms and clean and quaint, and the pool was awesome. We will definitely be staying at this Best Western again!

It was really nice, had a lot of space, I traveled with both my dogs, they were very pet friendly, in the pet rooms they had hard wood floors so it would be easy to clean up a mess from your pet, nicely decorated, but the internet was terrible, and the pillows were ok, some were comfortable and some weren't, shampoo was bad it seemed more like hand soap, the breakfast was great. Other than those two things it was nice!

Friendly staff, clean room, and excellent choice of breakfast food! I would recommend Best Western to anyone wanting a comfortable stay, good food, and wonderful hospitality. You will not be disappointed!

Great place to crash for the night on those route 66 motorcycle trips! Clean, comfortable, affordable, and they have a motorcycle wash station too. Breakfast is always good and the staff is always friendly! Ive been to the King's Inn many times and always had a great stay!

Not a fan of this hotel. AC in room super noisy, room smelled funny... I really expected more. Free breakfast? Please check out and drive a mile for a nicer place.... this was a nightmare for breakfast. Friendly staff, that's the only positive thing! Btw, the Mexican restaurant next door is really nice!

If your traveling with pets this is the place to stay. Tile floors, conveniently located off leash dog walk, dog bed, and first floor rooms. Doggie treats at check-in. Definitely plan on staying here on our next trip.

This hotel has a great wait staff and desk service. We had actually stayed here a few years ago because it was the only place available to suit our family size of 6. This time I chose to return on our trip out west. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave me advice on places to visit and the best routes to the Canyon. The breakfast had a wide variety of food of both hot and cold foods. It was an elaborate spread. They were continuously filling the food up and they made sure tables were ready for guests. I would definitely come back. The only thing is that the mattresses are super soft. Just an fyi

Stayed 1 night here - front desk staff very friendly, rooms are clean, good wifi, and a good breakfast offered in the mornings. Close to a few restaurants, and they had an outside pool although we did not use it. Good value for the price - I would stay again.

We stayed one night here 21 May to 22 May. Then rode on to Las Vegas as part of our motorcycle tour. Unfortunately my wife left her leather riding vest in the room. We only discovered this after over 100 miles of travel back to Vegas. As the vest had so many sew on badges and pins from previous rides that we wouldn't be able to get back she was very distraught to have lost this garment. We called the hotel and after some searching they found my wife's vest. We offered to pay for FedEx to our Vegas hotel but Jordan wouldn't hear of this and drove 1 3/4 hours to get the vest to vest to us. Awesome service. Jordan also drove our party to the local Dambar and back to the hotel for our evening meal, super guy; Can't recommend highly enough.

This has been our second visit since 2017. Both times Shirley was at the counter and we were very impressed with her professional everything. She is so nice.Her personality is the best. She is a big asset to your company. She should get employee of the year.We will be back.

We have traveled all over the USA on our Harley and stay at BW as our go to hotel. This property far exceeds any others we have stayed at. The entire staff goes out of their way to be sure you are comfortable and have everything needed. Not just one employee but all...manager, food service folks, house keeping, front desk folks. And to top it off, there is a specific area with hose and rags to wash the motorcycle. A huge thank you to all.

Top location to stay in Kingman, with friendly staff who went out of their way to welcome you. The rooms were a good size, clean and soundproof. The free breakfast had a lot to offer, with both cold and hot options.

Was there on business for a week. Location was quiet, no noise disruptions during the night. Staff was friendly at check-in, and all throughout the stay. Housekeeping was great, even had a note each day wishing me an enjoyable stay. Good complimentary breakfast each morning, selections changed a couple of times which was nice due to the extended stay.

We stay at Best Western properties across the USA and this one I believe is the best value for what they offer. You need to visit this one on one of their special days. On Wednesday night they have a BBQ by the pool for the guest, hamburgers and hot dogs. On Tuesday and Thursday the breakfast buffet offers fresh made omelets. Besides these two extras, the property was great, the room was clean and for the price, it was great. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great nights sleep.

We have stayed at the King's Inn every trip from Colo to Calif for years and it never disappoints! Comfortable beds, nice bedding and spacious rooms that are are modern and clean. And FABULOUS staff! Ten stars!

We stay here when we're passing through Kingman because it is always a great experience. This time was no exception! Our room smelled a little funny so we called the front desk and Izzi came to our rescue. She said she'd take care of the room while we went to dinner and if it wasn't to our satisfaction she'd get us another room. When we got back it was perfect and she even left us a note. Staff is super and very friendly.

What a treat to stay at Best Western Plus Kings Inn & Suites at Kingman AZ!! My wife and I along with relations visiting from India we're traveling towards Grand Canyon and we stopped over at Kingman - the customer service provided by this hotel including each and every staff member was superlative and probably the best we received any where during our tours and trip! The front desk reception staff - Izzy answered all questions and requests for information and took such great care to see that each and every hotel Guest was comfortable - she should probably get the award for best customer service but the entire staff - Izzy, Vail and Skyler were very equally supportive. A super breakfast before you head out towards the Grand Canyon - we strongly recommend stopping over at this hotel!!!

This place is clean! Comfy bed, large shower, outdoor pool, but indoor hot tub! Breakfast was incredible compared to other hotels. Same breakfast selections, but they tasted way better. Close to the expressway and local restaurants.

This was my first stay at this motel. I usually stay at the other Best Western just down the street, but this time their prices were too high, so went with the King's Inn. I would say that it was about the same over all. The room was older and just average. The breakfast was a step or two above average. There were several people working on the food and they seemed friendly and attentive.

This facility treated our ATV Club very well. They checked us in quickly, opened breakfast early so we could get on the trail and provided a great, comfortable sleep. This was the beginning of day two with the 165 miles to Salome ahead of us.

I was connected via text and everyone was very responsive to our requests for a early check in and late check out. We were pleased with the breakfast options and the staff members were very attentive to us.

It was our last night of a 6 day road trip vacation. Neat, clean and spacious. Pet friendly room smelled pleasant. Great free breakfast with hash browns, bacon and more than the usual buffet. We also read that every Wednesday the Manager offers a free dinner for every guest. I had never heard of that. Bed was extremely comfortable and the price was more than fair for the amenities there. Right off the freeway, but quiet. Restaurants right nearby.

The front desk was so helpful, Stacy and Britteny went way beyond helping us with our reservation. They had great suggestions on historical places to visit They even have free passes for some of the museums. Rooms were big and comfortable.

Amazingly quiet for a room that backed up to the BNSF tracks. Front desk service was quietly quick and personable. BREAKFAST - variety and quality of offerings - was as good as anything I've seen. "Got to" stay place when I'm in Kingman . . . even if the amenity dispensers in Room 241 either were nearly empty or had plugged nozzles. (I'm sure they got fixed that week.)

I only picked up the names of Gabby & Shirley at the front desk, but the other front desk people also showed the real meaning of Hospitality. From check in to check out every employee we met showed a welcome Hello, good morning, have a good day energy & attitude. Room was made up perfectly each day. Wednesday evening enchilada light supper was a treat. Breakfasts were outstanding, great service. Made to order omelets on a couple mornings were way above any breakfast we have had. Just can't say enough about an excellent stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean and the beds were great The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen anywhere.. However the internet was so slow I could not use it. For that reason alone we will not be staying here any more. Too bad because that is the only thing wrong and it is a huge problem in today's world.

I stayed here one night thanks to Shirley, and had help from Izzy. Then the following morning Gabby assisted me with leaving . Thank you all. In the morning i reported the tub wasn't draining, well. The only thing I can suggest is the drapes need to close completely, it's a little unsettling when people can see into your bedroom.

The room had a beautiful style to it. We had all the amenities to satisfy our needs. the beds were comfortable. The shower was quick to get warm/hot. the room was clear. I wish we were able to enter the room from the inside.

It is very obvious this hotel has a good training program and hires the friendliest and most capable staff. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, amenities perfect. We've stayed here twice in the last two years and will definitely come back. Izzy and Vail at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. The morning staff was equally as friendly and helpful. Nice warm breakfast, too!

We only spent one night but would recommend this hotel. I travel with my dogs and they were welcomed. The room was spacious with a sitting area and beds. It was quiet even though it was packed. Parking right outside your room and a well lit larger area. Very clean and well cared for. The floor is faux wood which I love in hotels. No mystery carpet. Free breakfast standard fare but good. I hate hotels who say they are pet friendly then have tons of restrictions which by the time you read the restrictions they really aren't pet friendly. This is NOT one of those places. Check in was easy and they gave me cookies. Which I ate and appreciated the next day driving the next leg of my trip. I come through Kingman a lot and have found my new go to place.

This was our first visit at King's Inn. This is a nice clean quiet hotel and we would definitely stay here again. There is a restaurant nearby and breakfast is free with sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruits and many other choices.

I spent last week in Kingman teaching a photo workshop. We got snowed in one day at the motel. The staff saved the day by giving us the space and freedom to work. I'm all my years of travel I've never met a more caring group of people. Thank you all, especially Jordon and Maria! The rooms were all perfect too!!

Awesome staff and friendly service. They were very helpful with all our need and accommodations during our stays. We were recently stuck in a freak snow storm and the staff at the hotel were just very eager to help us in any way.

Gave us the wrong room, then I had to trek back to the front desk to change keys to track to the other side to get the right room. Room itself was nice, clean, and well laid out, and separate sitting area in junior suite made it nice. breakfast was okay warm at best and crowd into a small area, though the staff kept it clean!

Even though the hotel was totally booked the night we stayed there we had a good, quiet night sleep. In the morning the breakfast crew was able to keep up with a packed breakfast room. There was a good selection of sweet and savory items including fresh fruit. Will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the southwestern decor. The staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful. We came in tired after driving for days and needed to get an early start. We were able to quickly get a room and rested very comfortably on the queen beds. The breakfast was delicious and the fried avocados were a real treat. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. Easy off and back on to I-40.

Overnight stay passing through Kingman. We were really happy with our room and slept well. No noise that I can recall. The breakfast was better than most. It appears they have bacon daily! We will stay here again in the future.

New hotel with easy on/off I40. Clean and well lit. Above average included full breakfast. There was a slightly annoying "creak" in the back of the room that occurred every 10-25 seconds. This didn't really detract but come on, new hotel. My biggest issue was with the wifi. My first attempt to log on to wifi I noticed a very weak signal. After trying to log on my security software warned me that this open wifi was unsecured (something I usually don't run across at Best Western Plus hotels. After trying several different way of accessing the wifi I gave up and went to bed. This would not have irked me so much but the hotel specifically promoted HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

We stayed overnight Feb 6th, 2019 and stayed up top, I think in room #247 from memory. Check in: Was easy and the reception ladies were an absolute delight, super friendly and professional. We were given a choice of upstairs or downstairs room. Room: HUGE!! And so so clean! Our room had a seperate living area with lounges also. All the amenities were present and in working order. - The bathroom came stocked with shower gel/shampoo & conditioner on the wall. - The coffee pot had ample coffee supplies and there was a small fridge and microwave in our room also. - The beds were comfortable, a little firm for our liking, but we all slept really well. - Linen was incredibly clean - TV had all the pay tv channels - Everything in our room was of such a high standard Meals Dinner: The hotel put on a free meal of spaghetti & meatballs with garlic bread and a selection of salad items with ranch dressing. And ice cream and chocolate brownie for dessert. Drinks were unsweetened iced tea and lemon/lime gatorade. The food tasted amazing! The ladies serving were incredibly friendly and helpful when dishing our meals and there was plenty to eat. You could have multiple servings provided you ate what took. During the evening meal, the duty manager was VERY present, talking to all guests personally, ensuring all needs & concerns were met. Breakfast: starts at 6am; however we checked prior to the start of breakfast time, so we were given a “go bag” (complimentary) consisting of a muesli bar, apples and banana and a bottle of water. Which was very much welcome and appreciated by us. Parking Free onsite parking Pets We didn't have a pet with us, but I did see other guests with pets staying at the hotel, so I can only assume it's pet friendly. Noise There is a railroad that runs right behind the hotel. There were trains passing through regularly throughout the night, however it didn't both us or stop us from getting a great nights sleep. I would absolutely recommend this Best & Western Plus hotel. If we ever find ourselves in Kingman again, I wouldn't hesitate to book & stay here again!

This was a very comfortable and pleasant hotel to stay in. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Parking and accessibility were very easy and the breakfast buffet was probably the best breakfast we had in all our travels in the U.S. Very reasonably priced for the standard of accommodation

From the lovely ladies at the front desk to the ultra clean rooms to the breakfast staff. This place was dialed in. The owners should be proud of their staff. The bed was very comfortable, the walls freshly painted, parking lot well lit, no bulbs out. Also used the laundry room which was also in great condition.

Excellent accomodations, friendly very helpful staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was super!!! We defintely recommend Best Western Kingman, AZ. We hope to come back for another visit from Wisconsin.....hopefully in winter to get away from our cold/snow/wind to AZ warmth.

BW is conveniently locate and definitely ease of access to the freeway for a quick and easy access in out hotel. Front Desk staff is great, very positive and upbeat, didn't request anything form them. They provided me gifts upon check in and check out... which I loved. That was a nice gesture. Don't count on your special request made through booking.com to reach the hotel, my request sent was not even acknowledged when I arrived. (no extra items). Breakfast is not the best, go to Cracker Barrell, IHop, or Denny's or something if you want a decent breakfast.

The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. The king room was very clean and had a huge shower with a rain fall shower head. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full hot breakfast with staff that took care of all needs in a very friendly manner. We enjoyed our stay!

Holiday roadtrip on ride back from NM to LA. Just an overnight place to crash...dog friendly. Very comfortable and quiet well appointed room. An improvement over a budget motel with bad beds and loud vistors. Adequate breakfast included. I saw many foreign tourists who must be enroute to Vegas or the Grand Canyon.

Great place to stay in the Kingman area on the iconic Route 66. Easy to get on and off I-40 with restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable.What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. When we checked in, they only had one room left, a king bed only, which really didn't fit our needs as we had our son with us. The great staff Vail and Gabby immediately called the other Best Western, which was also sold out. They even offered to call other hotels in the area, but instead we just took the king room. Vail even helped out with extra bedding. The staff made this stay that much better

Overall a nice place to stay, a bit noisy with trains, traffic and with late check in's not having courtesy. Staff very nice and accommodating. Morning breakfast very good and offers options. A bit crowded and not enough seating at time. We stayed for two nights.

Brittany was super cheerful and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and still fresh by the time I finally drug myself down there. Clean rooms and good upkeep. The shower had a nice dispensary for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!

The staff in this hotel were very courteous, rooms nice and great breakfast. Gabby was very helpful in making sure our family was comfortable and well feed with good breakfast before we leave. This location of Best Western was significantly outstanding.

Overall, the room worked out, there were just a couple things I personally had trouble with. The bed was not comfortable, and the room had an overwhelming fragrance - whatever they use to clean the room and/or bedding was (for me) really horrible so if you're sensitive to odors, this isn't the place to stay. Other than that, it was a nicely set up room, very quiet, everything worked well, and the staff was great!

Breakfast was more than adequate, something for everyone. Fresh and good coffee. Beds were so comfortable, very clean throughout. Staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient. Important to us was the excellent internet connection and high end television.

This easy to find hotel on Route 66 was perfect for us travelling down to Arizona. We have a dog and this hotel accommodates pets. Very friendly efficient staff both on check in & Check out. Courtyard room was great for us , as easy to walk the dog. Nice & spacious. Next door was a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast included in the stay, the usual buffet style. Would recommend this for anyone travelling this way.

Late hour and traffic dictated a stop, really glad we did. Great room, we have a Border Collie, very clean, great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was really good, morning staff also very good. Coffee etc. Left early, no traffic, got to PHX mid morning. might make this a regular stop on the way down from Calgary!

Short trip from the craziness of Vegas, expecting to stay on the way to Yuma, instead spent the day in Kingman! Wonderful place to stay, beds, pillows helpful staff! The breakfast was delicious and varied!

It stayed one night on our way from Los Angeles to Grand Canyon South Village. We walked up on arrival and was quoted the best available rate. Shirley at check-in was pleasant and recognized my BW status and offered snack pack/points, including a small box of chocolates. After a long drive, it was nice to arrive to a clean hotel with comfortable bed and nice people. We had a good night sleep. This hotel has the usual Best Western amenities and hot complimentary breakfast which we have enjoyed. Waffle maker was available but the breakfast staff will make it for you. There is a Sonic next door which we had a quick dinner. We would come back in a heart beat the next time we are in the area.

We had a last minute change of plans and needed to find a place to stay for the night. I usually like to research before booking anywhere but there wasn't much time. I relied on TripAdvisor reviews and very happy with this hotel Room was clean, roomy and bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Especially impressed with the friendliness of all the staff we interacted with. Definitely recommend.

This motel is very clean and the staff are very pleasant, The breakfast is really good and there are a lot of places near by to eat. the beds are really comfortable and soft and there is a refrigerator and coffee maker. The rooms are extremely clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel in a minute. Enjoy !!!

We stay at this hotel every time we go to California which is very often we just love the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff! We feel it is very safe and enjoyable not to mention a great breakfast!

What a friendly hotel! From the time we checked in up until our departure we were greeted with smiles and a genuine concern that all was well with our stay. The whole property is non smoking, a big plus for us. The breakfast buffet is varied and plantiful. Our room was large, clean and had the most most comfortable bed. The soundproofing is excellent so we had a good night's sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

We spent a quiet night in a large room at this terrific hotel. Our room had two queen beds and a sitting room as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was included, but when we arrived in the lobby the next morning, we were blown away to see an egg station and a chef preparing made to order omelets. Other choices were cereal with alternative milk choices, fruit and yogurt, and waffles. The staff was very friendly and helpful and steered me to a nearby grocery store so I could buy supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a couple years back while working in Kingman. I was very happy to return so I could stay at this hotel. Everything was how I remembered. The hotel staff is very friendly and will do what they have to do so your stay is perfect from check in to check out. The rooms are spotless. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond to make sure your room is everything you want. The front desk staff greets you like you are the royalty and does what is needed to make you feel like your at home. I did have 1 minor issue with the sink slow draining. Told the front desk and it was fixed before I got back from work. I did get to eat breakfast this time around and you will not be disappointed. They have everything you would need even hash browns. The breakfast staff is very attentive to your needs and will do what they can to make it the best breakfast you will eat. I travel all year I am only home 12 weeks and in hotels the rest. This will be one if not the best stay you could have at a hotel. So if you are in Kingman Az you should stop here to rest your head.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Room was very comfortable and spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and very enjoyable with lots of choice.

We always have good service with BW Plus. This location is well kept and the staff are very nice. The train runs close to the hotel, but we didn't hear it during the night. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.

We stayed here for 4nights , it's Perfect for take trips around , like Grand Canyon , Outman , Ualapai mountain resort , Bearizona , and to get to know Old Kingman witch is a cozy little Place :-)) Mr. Dz diner , the old SantaFe Train , Old cars ++++++++ :-)

Very nice place. The bed was comfortable yet firm. Gabby was very nice and helpful. You could tell she wanted to answer any question you might have and do whatever she could to make our visit a pleasant one. The breakfast was excellent. Although the pool was closed because it is winter, it looked inviting.

Spent the night after doing business- clean rooms, spacious and comfortable beds. After good night rest had best complimentary breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt etc available- seemed like anything regarding breakfast foods was provided. “Also all” staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely spend the night again.

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good compared to some that we had on this vacation. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. The 1st time was in 2008 and we thought it was good then but this stay was even better.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and both were comfortable, quiet and the room was clean with all the advertised amenities. This visit was terrific due to the active, friendly and gracious staff (minimum four working the breakfast area) that was in perpetual motion in the dining area. They were constantly cleaning and wiping down all the eating and serving areas, and refilling the food trays that were being attacked by the guests. The food was as good as these breakfast buffets get, and included hash brown potatoes, which is unusual, along with the usual eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. They also served on china and silverware instead of the normal paper plates and plasticware. Check-in and checkout were both efficient and quick, and bottled water was provided by the desk. We were impressed that there were recycling bins provided in each room, as well as in the lobby area. Very Green! Many positives and no negatives on this visit.

And Jordan was the relief pitcher.Whenyou travel a lot sometimes your credit card doesn't catch up.I only.carry 1 and it was declining.No problem Dana called Jordan and he put the o.k. Jr. Suite was great for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Had a couch and coffee table for playing cards plus frig and microwave. The breakfast was great and the room was easy to access from the close parking. Was also surprised by the price of the room. We stayed there on the way to the Grand Canyon and would stay there again.

Luxury motel. Clean, nice, quiet place. Breakfast for americans. People from Europe can find fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon. And... american pastry. Perfect stay. We will be there on next trip. Very friendly staff. Pool and whirlpool for guests.

Great location! Lots of tourists which makes for interesting conversation during breakfast. The rooms are secure and clean and I don't hear through the walls. Very fun and I love the waffles! I do recommendthis hotel!

Very helpful staff, had no problem switching to the room of our choice. The sprawling 2-story property had doors that opened to the outside (no interior corridor), but it had been remodeled, well kept, and the room was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of large vehicle parking to the side and in back. There was a very nice large elevator by the lobby, but you may have a long walk to your room if you're on the second floor unless you use the stairs. Our double queen room was very large, approx. 425 sq ft, with a couch & chair set with a coffee table, a full-sized fridge, a small microwave, and a very large TV. The managers seemed to have thought of the guests, as there was soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the tub/shower wall, a make-up remover sheet, and even a black facecloth for make-up removal. It also had an actual air conditioner that worked well, not the typical under window unit and we appreciated the extra electrical sockets. The small fitness room had a treadmill, an elliptical, and a set of new free weights. There was also a laundry room with several washers and dryers. We saw an outdoor pool and an indoor jacuzzi, although we didn't use them. Surprisingly, they offered a full hot breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage links, bacon, breads, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, etc. Our only real problem was they had only one luggage cart for so many rooms. Had to carry our things. Overall, we were very pleased here and would definitely come again.

I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend on our trip to Grand Canyon. We drove from Kingman to Grand Canyon two times. Our stay at Best Western was the best of all our stays on our California, Arizona, Nevada trip; nice, fresh and clean room, the service was always friendly og forthcoming and the included breakfast was nice as well. We especially liked the fresh fruit and the cleanness of the breakfast canteen. We warmly recommend Best Western in Kingman!

We checked in for two nights. Allocated room139. Unfortunately there was a strong smoking smell in room so was allocated 138. This was marginally better. Spoke to housekeeper who,gave me a spray to use in the room which helped. Room was clean and well presented. Fridge however stayed on all night and froze most of the contents. Gym was basic but fine for us Breakfast was good, it was nice to eat on china plates and use metal cutlery. The 4 star rating is based on the staff who work here, particularly the breakfast crew who work so hard, thanks guys. The motel though needs to enforce its no smoking policy more rigorously.

A welcome sight after a long drive from San Diego. Very friendly welcome and easy check in. Decent room with a comfortable bed. Good AC, much needed as over 90 degrees, evening temp at end September. Breakfast was basic and even the yogurt was unsuitable for vegetarian. Fun making your own waffles however they were not great. Omelette station looked good however didn't try. Easy check out, again very helpful, friendly staff. Not there long enough to try the outside pool however looked clean and well maintained. A very welcome break along historic route 66

Literally just of the freeway with parking right outside the rooms. Staff were helpful and all the hotel seemed clean . Our room was on first floor easy to get to. I didn't see if they had lifts. The room was clean, plenty of space and had a comfy bed. The only minor complaint was that the breakfast room was a bit too small for the number of people so we had to sit outside.

Welcoming staff, good laundry. Very good breakfast, above the usual BW standard. Each room has a different image outside the door, a nice touch. Spacious lobby. Good location to explore Kingman, as it's at one end of Route 66 through town.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Los Angeles to the Grand Canyon. The motel is fab, the rooms are huge with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We made use of the pool and jacuzzi which was a welcome treat after a long drive. The girls on the front desk were lovely and helpful. There's a restaurant next door and some more just a few minutes drive down the road. Would definitely recommend !!!!

This hotel is a great bargain for the area and all the amenities that are offered. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Room have a great flow to them and always stocked well.

Stayed here on a road trip on the old Route 66. Bed v comfy and room clean. The receptionist was very helpful explaining where things were. Slightly out of town but as we were driving not a problem. Great steakhouse down the road and a Mexican next door. Good free breakfast included and small pool on site.

I had such a great stay here, the staff was so nice, my room was spotless and the hot tub was the highlight. My bed was so cozy and took advantage of the free dinner they were serving at the pool on Wednesday night

Top notch staff at check in, impressive suites! Main room is large with two queen beds and a smaller side bedroom with a door to close for privacy. Bathroom was clean, up to date with plenty of towels and amenities. A microwave, small refrigerator and coffee essentials are included. Ice machines are at corners of buildings and you need your room key to access. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, no complaints. Front lobby is clean and inviting. The wifi reception was great (some hotels are so sporadic with Internet connection). Noise level was almost nonexistent except for cars leaving in the morning. Very impressive place to stay.

We pulled in late Saturday night with no reservation on Labor Day weekend, traveling cross country with two dogs. We recieved excellent service, the facilities far exceeded any expectations we had, and the price was fantastic. Thanks Gabby, Shirley, and Skyler!!

On a motorcycle trip across western United States and randomly stopped at this hotel. We were warmly greeted and got the last room. It was clean and spacious. We were also able to get some laundry done and the facilities were clean and well maintained. When we asked about dining we were recommended the Mexican restaurant next door - it was amazing! Great food great margaritas in a family owned and run restaurant. We got 10% discount for being hotel guests. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and we were happy. Though the best part of the hotel was the staff! Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. We were asked how our stay was. How breakfast was etc. But Kat went above and beyond helping us book our next night stay in another best western in Anaheim! Thankyou for a great stay

Stayed one night here during our travels of Arizona. Large very clean room, comfy bed, and everything you need. Our only complaint was, the room was situated on ground floor, in the corner with a pillar outside, making the room rather dark. The breakfast had good selection of hot and cold food, all the staff were super friendly and efficient. Lovely pool and jacuzzi tub. There are 2 Best Westerns on this street fairly close to one another, check your reservation to see you have the correct one! Reception staff pointed out 3 restaurants nearby, we chose the Oysters next door, great quirky little place.

From the first moments during check-in, it is clear that this BW Plus is a winner. Every staff member went out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. They greet you like old friends, and treat you like royalty.They had their collective acts together! The hotel is immaculate, the décor is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. Certainly the best accommodations in Kingman, for a night or for a fortnight. Our only wish would be a larger breakfast area for this very busy hotel. But we did enjoy our stay immensely.

My wife and I spent one night at this motel on our Riviera Travel California & the Golden West holiday. We had a large clean bedroom with two double beds. The room had TV, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small but had bath towels, hand towels, facecloths and plenty of toiletries as well as pool towels. The breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold options, but the breakfast room did get busy! The hotel has a swimming pool but we did not use it.

Standard Best Western Plus rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. While the parking lot looks really good with that paint coating, it causes every tire that rolls across it to squeal. I like the upper floor and the rooms with the walk-in showers. Not crazy about the wall mounted shower gel, shampoo and conditioner but it is functional. I stay here for a couple nights every 2 months due to local obligations. Reliable.

I had booked a room at this hotel after viewing various reviews of hotels in Kingman. I am glad I chose this hotel as the stay there was a comfortable and relaxing night. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented, asking is there was anything one needed whenever they were encountered. I was surprised when I arrived on a Wednesday when the young lady checking me in asked if I knew about the breakfast the next morning and pointed out where it would be set up.. I was also informed that management also held a BBQ dinner on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 pm, burgers, hot dogs, macaroni salad, desert, etc. It was help yourself to as much as one desired. The breakfast the following morning was a good variety of the typical breakfast items and did not leave one hungry. Although I had no need for it, the hotel has an area where one can wash and clean a vehicle or motorcycle and a sign in the office states they can supply microfiber towels for those that need them when cleaning their motor vehicle or motorcycle. I could find no problems with the room, everything was clean and the room was well appointed. A small refrigerator with a small freezer is available as well as a small microwave oven. The desk in my room was a good size for my laptop computer and for dumping items from my pockets so I could put them in clean pants in the morning. I have absolutely no complaints with this motel and plenty of compliments. If I was ever in the area again, this hotel would be my fist choice for accommodations for one night or more. Thank you for a relaxing and restful stay.

This was a very clean and fashionable hotel. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. On Wed they serve a BBQ dinner. The breakfast was very good. Everything exceeded my expectations for this brand of hotels. I had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Best Western has changed most hotels into a PLUS hotel, not sure why since this one was kind of rundown. They offered us a free BBQ which was really nice. Staff is super friendly. Train tracks are behind hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, and it had a glass shower door, not a horrible plastic curtain. There was the horrible powdered milk substitute, so we had to get some real milk, not a problem. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size, and WiFi worked well. We enjoyed the pool on a super hot day. What really impressed us, was the Manager, he was fantastic. He even walked around the pool offering ice blocks, brilliant, never seen that before, anywhere. Then at breakfast he came around the tables checking with everyone that all was good. He is why we give this hotel an excellent rating. Fantastic

Our second stay at this motel so really speaks for itself. The rooms are huge and nicely furnished. Beds comfortable and linen nice and fresh and clean. Bathrooms are on small side which also house the wc. The basin is located outside the bathroom at end of bedroom area so plenty of space there. The only real negative on the rooms is how dark they are. Because they are so long with small windows and overhanging balconies there is little natural light. Found it necessary to have all the lights on during the day but luckily had a torch to see the AC controls. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and also hot alternatives. On the day we stayed there was bacon, egg and sausage. Would recommend for a one night stay.

Stayed here for a night heading to Las Vegas. Check in was easy, the room was spacious and clean with what I must say is the best shower we have had since being on the road for over 4 weeks. The Breakfast was in a seperate space just off the main entry foyer and it had good variety. Overall a great experience

We arrived Kingman in the evening and the check in was super fast and convenient. We got the room on the second floor and it was just like in the picture. Breakfast was great but it was busy during peak time.

We stayed here after the first leg of a road trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and plentiful. The spa was relaxing after a long drive, but the pool was just too cold for us, despite the heat. We would stay again if driving through Kingman. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Expensive experience. Was lied by receptionist. Was informed room was right around corner. When in fact it was the farthest from lobby. Wax not told it was under construction. Breakfast-one bacon finished instead of bringing More, Was replaced with sausage, a no no.

We startd at this hotel on our way home from a holiday in Southern California. It was easy to get to, a good price, included breakfast and had free WiFi . The room was very clean and the AC worked excellently.

I have stayed here quite a few times and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is always so professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are always wonderful. Rooms are clean and bed very comfortable. In fact, this trip was tiring, for me. I had a quick supper and went to my room and fell right to sleep, at around 6:30 PM and didn't wake until the next day. I very much recommend this hotel..

This property made our stay! We stayed here for a night during our visit to the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon. The room that we were in was spacious and the hotel was excellent in terms of the service rendered. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was included as part of our stay. My son and I stayed here on our trip through Arizona. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful. Our king suite was very roomy, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful nights rest.

We had a hard time booking a hotel coming though the mountains & was patched through to this hotel. It was actually fun to stay in this type of older hotel bringing back memories of our first travels in the 1960's. The people were polite, beds comfortable & room clean. Being on the upper level, we opened the curtains, relaxed & watched the sun go down. Their breakfast had good choices of food to start the day & easy check out.

Lovely rooms with all amenities, nice furnishings and a great shower. Good wifi. Let down by a chaotic breakfast experience. Not enough seating, no clean plates or cutlery and nothing being re-filled. Short staffed. Pity as otherwise a great choice of items especially the made to order omelettes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and very handy for the I40

Check in was fast and easy, William was very friendly and got us checked in fast. The room was upstairs, and it was clean and quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, including a cook-to-order omelet station.

Stayed here as useful stopping off point between Grand Canyon and Los Angeles. Easy to find and allocated a nice quiet room by excellent and polite staff. Beds very comfortable and room well appointed. Good breakfast with lots of hot options, and plenty of good places to eat dinner locally. Would certainly return when doing similar tour.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds of all the hotels we stayed during our 17 day road trip. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. We did not try their breakfast, but that was only because they were close to a Cracker Barrel, which is our favorite breakfast place on the planet.

We spent two nights in the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on a main street with many restaurants close by. It is also located conveniently to the route 66 attractions.The included breakfast was enjoyable.

The price was reasonable. Our room was nice and very clean. We had problems with WiFi but we were too tired after driving all day to call the front desk about it. Breakfast was very good. We did hear the train at night but it was not too loud.

Me and my husband are 50 years old and never had a vacation! We stayed at the Best Western and we're so happy that we chose that place to have our memories! Great staff and yummy food for breakfast, clean comfortable rooms and a beautiful pool area. We will be going there again! Try this place you'll be glad you did!

Caring staff executed a painless stay from check in through check out. The property is very well maintained, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfast had many choices and even included both bacon and sausage along with the choices of eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc.

Maybe they were sold out the night I stayed here since I didn't get a room upgrade as an Elite member. The room I got was quite small and dark but very clean. The location is conveniently close to I-40 and along Route 66 but also right next to the train tracks. Whenever a train passed by, it was so loud that it felt like it was running right through my room. Luckily there were almost no trains running during the night so I got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and good quality. I was less happy with the guest computers in the lobby though - one didn't work at all and internet on the other one was incredibly slow.

I stayed here while on a business trip that involved towing a long trailer with a pickup truck. I picked this hotel because it has a large lot behind the hotel for truck parking. I am glad that I picked this hotel even beyond easy parking. The hotel is only a block off I-40 and was very easy to get into. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was large and very clean. The shower stall was huge and made taking a shower after a long day a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I didn't try the pool but several people were around it and it seemed well maintained like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent. The buffet had REAL scrambled eggs as well as a variety of meats, hash browns, etc. The dining rooms was small but again its cleanliness was on par with the rest of the hotel, excellent. This was a very pleasant stay and I will stop here again the next time I am traveling through Kingman.

The desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. When they remodelled the rooms in this BW, they turned the tub into a nice, large shower. Cons--the liquid shampoo dispenser was empty and the bathroom light shown brightly into the mirror. The breakfast was OK, but the server failed to top up many of the warm food trays and she did not clean the tables or the seats promptly. Most likely I would try to stay somewhere besides Kingman in the future.

This property is located just off highway 40 (DeVine street) and is next to a JBs restaurant. If fast food is more your style, there is a Sonic drive-in that is next to the JB. There are other restaurants just down the street from this property.

This motel is conveniently located just a block off I-40. Easy off, easy on. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. The room is standard, clean and comfortable, if mostly brown and rather drab. Shower, no tub. WiFi is extremely slow. But with a great selection of pillows. Standard hot breakfast is included and on Wednesday a very good free lasagne dinner is offered complete with bread, fresh salad and homemade cookies and brownies. All for only $105. What a deal.

The breakfast is excellent! The room is comfortable. But... the water is extremely over-softened. This may seem like a small thing, but it is a deal breaker if you don't fix it. It is impossible to rinse off the soap. This is a safety concern for me as I need my hands perfectly clean to put in contact lenses.

We were a group of 75 plus 2 bus drivers. Arrived 3 hours later than we expected but our rooms were ready and the staff was wonderful. Incredibly helpful, very professional staff. Love that there were recycling bins everywhere - even in individual rooms! The whole place was run very efficiently, I would highly recommend it!

The room is very spacious, clean and well maintained. We stayed in 2 queen bed room which also has a pull out sofa, table, working desk. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is vey nice and delicious. Also the hot tub is great. Very glad to stay at this hotel for two nights.

We are a family of four with two elementary aged kids. We were traveling from San Diego to the Grand Canyon and did a quick overnight at this hotel. It is an easy hotel to find right off the freeway. The room was clean and roomy with a small seating area - love seat and chair - along with the two queen beds. It had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The TV allowed us to use our computer to stream shows (often hotels seem to block this basic feature for some reason) Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was tasty. We travel quite a bit and are fairly picky about hotel rooms these days, but this room had little to pick at. If you are passing through and need a nice overnight place to rest up, this motel will do the trick.

Third hotel on the tour. Nice hotel great room,clean and comfortable. Great staff. We had a one night stop over. Not much going on due to the time of year but glad to get in and get warmed up. -5c wen we arrived and had been snowing.

We stayed here for the last night of our road trip coming back from the Grand Canyon. Previously we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for two nights. I chose this hotel, never having stayed at a Best Western, because of the reviews on TA. We had a family suite ( two connected rooms with four double beds and one bathroom) This hotel was so impeccably clean, and there were NO signs of wear and tear. The beds were wonderful, and the bath products from Bath and body works. I really liked that the front desk texted my cell phone about 20 minutes after check in and asked if I needed anything. I found it so much less intrusive than calling the room, and I was able to find out again what time breakfast was in the morning. We slept very well, the hotel was quiet. The shining moment though, was breakfast. Wow. Coming from another chain hotel just the night before, I couldn't even compare the quality of the food to what we had the day before. This was real food. Hot, plentiful, real food. Eggs, and hash browns, two kinds of meats, fresh do it yourself waffles. alternative dairy milks. and strong fresh Seattle's best coffee. The food and coffee was hot and replenished quickly. I was so impressed. The kids ate like they were starving, compared to the days before at the other hotel where they just nibbled. I would compare this with Embassy suites level quality food. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, large shower & comfy bed. Pool & hot tub were a great amenity and although the fitness room was small, it had the basics & I was grateful to have it there. The room was clean & newly remodeled. And the staff was VERY accommodating and pleasant!

This hotel is very clean and has great décor with a modern and vintage appearance. The staff was great and friendly and always willing to assist in making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was spectacular. We didn't get time to enjoy the pool or hot tub but it looked inviting and clean. We have stayed here before in the recent past and will continue to do so.

Best Western is always a safe bet when traveling, but this location in particular is fantastic! Pretty set-up, everything is super clean, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Extra points for the pretty and clean pool area with a nice Jacuzzi. Palm trees and other desert scenery, you forget it's just off the road. Would visit again :)

Best Western Plus King''s Inn & Suites at Kingman, AZ. Best Hotel my wife and I have stayed, in 50-60 years of traveling for the price of lodging. Can not say enough about the staff of this Hotel. Most Hotel's could use this one for a high mark to go after.

Very clean and friendly overall. A little age on the rooms and the trains running past the back is the only reason I didn't rate higher. And I'm cheap, so I always look for lower rates. I was able to use some Rewards which saved $35 and brought the price below $100! And as my title says, AMAZING BREAKFAST. Fresh and delicious. Best you will find anywhere.

I book my room online, the women seemed like she was doing her best, I ask if the give Vet's a discount and she said she didn't know, I found out you do. When I check in, the room was not what we ask for and I was charged 5.00 more for extra sleeping roll away, when I was told I was getting sleeping sofa and I found I paid to much, but they couldn't do anything about that, because I book with someone online. Rip Off

We have been coming here for many years. This is one of the few hotels that is constantly improving their hotel and amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful; the housekeeping people keep the rooms in very clean and neat order. The breakfast area is clean and constantly being replenished. The food is fantastic!

I booked this based on the reviews. Here are the pros: updated rooms, room to relax in suites with separate seating area, beds okay. Mattresses are supportive. My husband thought his side was lumpy. I did not find that. It was definitely clean. I had grown sick with the "hotel" smells of previous hotels. This did not have a smell. We were not bothered by noise of other patrons. My husband and I had a good night's sleep here. Cons: The rooms open to the street, so no inside corridor. Located just in front of railroad tracks. We slept with the AC going. The fan drowned out the noise of the trains. You can feel them (like mini-earthquakes) but I could sleep through them. They run VERY often.The windows open up to the road, not the RR. There are people who smoke too close to the building.

Room was clean, ready early, and staff was friendly and happy to be there. Breakfast was the tipping point. Full hot breakfast that had plenty of variety and tasted great! Spend the few extra dollars, it will be worth it! Driving past some of the other hotels made me happy I chose to stay here!

We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was nicely furnished with updated features. The spa was wonderful - warm & bubbly! The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items.

Although it is an older property the staff is friendly and very professional. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very efficient. The breakfast is very decent and if you aren't able to eat breakfast they provide " Grab and go bag ".

We had a wonderful experience. William checked us in and was very pleasant. The room was large, extra large shower, and the bed was comfy. We slept well. Breakfast was a delight. In addition to the usual powdered eggs, meats, breakfast deli items, they had fresh made omelets on Friday. There was halved grapefruit, soy milk, specialty toppings/additions for cereals, several items for gluten free diets, breakfast tortillas, etc. Currently, on Wednesday they serve a free dinner, and plan to start grilling outside in the summers. We had a minor problem while there, but Stacy (supervisor) and Shirley (morning front desk) kept us informed and were super! William (evening check-in) was great also. We received a few text messages to see if everything was okay and to update us on the very minor problem we were having. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel was.

This is our third stay here with our well-behaved dog. Each time we got the same main-floor pet-friendly room which was spotless and well-appointed. A huge comfy bed and a big-screen TV made for a pleasant Sunday evening of watching PBS shows on the telly.

Good sized room, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had all the amenities you would want. A kettle would have been nice as we like tea! I was impressed with the recycling box. The breakfast was comprehensive and well serviced.

Two Best Western's directly across the street from on another. Photos are completely misleading the lobby looks nothing like what is show. Looks like interior corridors they are not. Train tracks run directly behind the property. We checked in around 8PM after a 9 hour drive. Next morning we were awoke to the entire property being painted !! No notice no comments a check in nothing. Person was taping up our window before 9am. Power sprayers going by 8am entire large sections of parking lot where blocked off. Again no notice from Hotel. Took a trip to town came back there were roof shingles, paint coverings etc piled in front of our door. Total trip hazard. Turned on the heater only blew cold air. Temperature in room went from 67 to 64 with heat on. Took a shower while water was warming up red sand filled the tub. Same with the bathroom sink red sand kept coming out. Refused to drink the water. Then the room was so hot almost 70 degrees. Upon check out I was offered a $20 credit off bill for all above issues since we are not reward members. Way to high priced for what you get comparable to super 8 or motel 6.

my room is very clean and has everything that I need in my room. king bed. very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly. they are concern about my stay. always welcoming. Dinner is provided on Wednesdays for free to Best western customers. no other Hotels offer this in Arizona.

From the online booking experience, to getting a text message at noon that I could check in early, the service was fantastic. Came in after 7pm, room was so clean and comfortable. Recently remodeled and the first place I've ever stayed that had a mini recycle bin for glass, plastic, paper right in the room. I wish I had stayed here instead of Laughlin. Breakfast was hot, plenty of choices, and even pink grapefruit halves. Will definitely stay here again to see Shirley and William.
