Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites

Breakfast: Not enough space to sit down two days in a row, ran out of bacon, ran out of French toast, old chairs, eggs gross, very limited bread and jam selection, no bagels or cream cheese, cold unspreadable butter.... Maybe too high expectations but come on you can do better TV: no guide or channel info Pool: grossest pool I've experienced in a long time (cloudy, salty, generally unclean) For the cost, not worth it.

During my stay, I was really impressed by how clean the hotel was. Everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms, felt fresh and well looked after. The staff made sure everything was spotless, even things like doorknobs were visibly sanitized. The security measures, like only letting guests with key cards in during the evening and night, made me feel safe and relaxed.

A very comfortable and clean hotel with helpful, courteous staff. Everyone went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A lovely breakfast the next morning made my visit one of the best. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Good hotel, easy access from the airport. Staff very helpful on check in and check out. Breakfast had good healthy options available, and some not so healthy, but still delicious. The pool looked good but I didn't have time to use it. There was a nice 15% discount for guests eating in the bar. Food was standard but tasty, range of beer was good and staff were excellent.

The front desk staff were so nice! Room was spacious and clean! Loves the breakfast room and the breakfast. Horus is outside which made it lovely in the snow. The location is central to pretty much everything in Kelowna. My kids spent hours in the pool.

Suites are very spacious, have pretty much all you need for your stay and are conveniently located. Too cold outside to enjoy our ground floor patio but it looked large and inviting with 2 doors to acces it. Bed was very comfy. Pub was convenient to have on site.

Our family live in peachland and Kamloops. Best western in Kelowna is an ideal place to get together. Adults enjoyed the hot tub outside and children loved the swimming pool. Breakfast was great as well.

We have stayed here before. I t has a great location close to everything. Did have a slight problem with an odor in our first room given, but front desk moved us to another room. It is a solid choice for a hotel, and the breakfast buffet is a nice touch.

Great stay for the family. Large rooms. Clean and modern. Pool and hot tub were great. Good breakfast with healthy options. All in all a lovely environment with attentive staff. Would recommend for a family stay in Kelowna.

We were travelling up to Big White and had a stop over in Kelowna. Location is great as its easy walking to shops and ski shops. rooms are always clean and comfortable with great service as well. The breakfast is also a great way to start the day.

Great place to stay in Kelowna with walking distance to lots of amenities. Two outdoor hot tubs and an indoor pool plus large buffet breakfast with tons of variety. All with a quiet courtyard area makes this place a MUST STAY!

Only one night - would have made it longer. The room was very nice, breakfast fantastic, free shuttle to the airport and even a week's free parking while away on a flight to Victoria to visit family. Great experience, thank you.

Do not let the old review fool you. Our room stunk, had a massive stain on the floor, no Air Conditioning that worked and it was 28 % in our room. The balcony door handle fell off when opening and the Bathrooms look old as hell. We tried the Hot Tubs, but they were not even remotely Lukewarm, and the jets did not work in either tub. Front desk is absolutely impossible to reach by phone day or night and as icing on the cake we were Robbed of all our possessions in the parking lot by Meth Heads who live in the parking lot. Save your money and your possessions and go somewhere better.

Certainly well located for a number of restaurants around. On a busy street but our room was at the back in the two storey annex-type add on. The room was fairly modern with two comfy beds. Breakfast was a pretty good spread. Ate at the steak and burger place a few hundred yards away. Good food.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was clean and well-appointed, offering all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to popular attractions in the area. One of the standout features during my stay was the breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining area was spacious and well-organized. It was a great way to start the day.

You won't regret staying here. The hotel quality and cleanliness of the room was excellent. The breakfast included is a nice bonus and the pool and hot tubs looked fun even though we didn't get a chance to use them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Everything you could need was there.. fitness room, pool, hot tub, gym. The food was really good and the view from our room was amazing !!! Everything was nice & clean. I'd definitely stay there again. Staff was very friendly

Back again...my go to hotel in Kelowna, I love the balcony/ deck space every room has - perfect spot for a glass of wine. Rooms are clean and I think we were lucky and got a newly renovated one. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast is great, especially with 2 teenagers - starts the day well. See you soon BW

the room were not cleaned there was no room service in evening the rooms were too old the corridor was not cleaned properly too outside our room was dirty with paper on the floors the breakfast was good but the rooms were too old there was no body wash only bar soap

We had our dog with us and they gave us a clean, spacious room on the main floor that led into a common courtyard so we could walk her easily. Also love the design of the room that has a washbasin outside the washroom, allowing someone to brush their teeth while someone else is showering. Very convenient. The hot breakfast was vegetarian friendly, and the pool and hot tubs were great. The location was 10-15 mins to the beach, very convenient.

Clean rooms, toilet, shower, great breakfast, facilities and amenities, and great place to stay overnight if need a rest stop for onward driving journey Vancouver - Calgary. I almost always use Best Western for our family trips, reasonably priced but good quality.

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was recently renovated and we enjoyed quiet and restful sleep. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and kept well replenished. The grounds are nicely kept and there are many outdoor areas for hotel users to be able to sit outside. It seemed like all rooms had a patio or balcony to be able to enjoy the great weather

It was a hotel with 2 storey buildings around and a tower in the side i guess? For us it's like a maze. But the breakfast was very good. The little balconies were cute. There was a kettle, microwave and fridge which was good. We didn't have any issues. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was recently renovated, and very well featured. The bedroom was nicely partitioned from the rest of the space, and had an excellent bed. The wifi internet connection was quick and consistent despite having multiple devices connected. The location is a little far from the waterfront, but central to the rest of the city and airport.

This hotel was a disappointment. I could not stand the smell in the hallway, the carpets and doorways were also filthy. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a beautiful patio but the lack of cleanliness in the common areas resulted in me not using the pool or hot tub.

Photos of the rooms are not exactly what it looks like. If you would like quality, I would recommend picking a different hotel. The only one rating is for the breakfast. Breakfast was so good! The only thing I would questions is why there is a tip jar in the breakfast area.

Very nice was very impressed. Had an issue the first night with the toilet gargling, filling up to the bottom of the top of the rim then slurping all the water out and loud upstairs neighbors however; the next day asked to be moved and they were so very nice, accommodating, understanding and very empathetic and took my phone number and within an hour or so received a call saying a room was available to move to even though they were full they made the effort to make it right. I would definitely go back.

This used to be my go-to hotel in Kelowna, as it was relatively nice, had the pool, and breakfast, and included free L2 charging. I'm not sure if there's new owners or what, but they've replaced the free chargers with paid L2 chargers. That in itself isn't bad, but they're charging a ridiculous $2 an hour for SHARED 6.6kw charging. It's now actually cheaper to use the fast chargers across the street. If you're needing L2 charging, look elsewhere.

I stayed there because I was familiar with the 97th St pub. The pub did not disappoint, even though I only stayed for two beers. The staff was awesome especially the outside security guard! The room was clean. The bed and pillows were horrible! I usually stay at Best Western wherever I go, this is not one I will return to.

They add additional taxe fee at the end of the call when you reserve over the booking reservation center over the phone. My son of 6 years Find a lighter under de desk in the room. The refrigerator was not working.

We stayed as an overnight before flying out to Mexico. The room was a good size,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We had parking provided during our trip and shuttle to the airport. There was only one glitch. Our room was next to the elevator causing disrupted sleep.

Great place. The service was great, the breakfasts were amazing. The front desk was awesome as it was a day by day stay as my flights were cancelled during the time is was there. I would definitely stay again

Great location, clean rooms and very helpful, courteous and accommodating team members. The dog friendly room we had was on the ground floor which meant we could take her out for a early morning and late evening stretch in a quiet and secure area of the grassed courtyard. Breakfast Buffet had a wide variety of items both hot and cold. Excellent selection of Coffee and Tea.

Hotel has free buffet breakfast, bonus reward points, discount at next door pub, close to major department stores and restaurants, free parking, friendly staff, fitness room, pool and hot tub. lovely grass grounds to enjoy the outdoors from your private patio (weather permitting).

Great hotel, will stay again. Great pool area but may prove a little small if vacationing here for longer period. The manual elevator from lobby to second floor definitely needs updating but no biggy.

Pick somewhere nicer to stay. Very dirty, outdated rooms. Too busy and lack of staff to move you or even clean your room. Literal snot on the wall where your expected to lay your head. Garbage on floor, mirrors not cleaned after previous guest. Electrical shocks from lamp everytime you turn it on

This is a large property on the highway that runs through Kelowna, although there was no hint of traffic noise in our room. It's an unusual design with a tower block connected to a two storey section that surrounded a garden. Attached to the hotel was a pub/sports bar that served typical pub food. The front desk staff were efficient, polite and very helpful, noting that a ground floor room would suit me better than one on the second floor of the low rise section as I am not great on stairs (although an elevator was avaialble). They also ensured that I received all the bonus rewards that I was due. The room was huge, clean and well equipped. It had a door that provided access to the garden and the couple of chairs just outside the room. Breakfast was well up to the usual Best Western standards. It was available in an large, airy atrium that looked out on to the garden. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Kelowna.

Clean room and excellent staff. Relatively quiet considering the location. Convent location if you need to do any shopping and loads of eating options nearby. (If you like/require a soft pillow you might want to bring your own.)

We stayed two nights, not consecutive, at this Best Western. The first night we were given a second floor room with two queen beds as we were traveling on a motorcycle & wanted to be able to see it in the parking lot. Bingo! We were parked right above the bike. When we returned two days later, we were given a ground floor king suite with the most comfortable bed ever! Breakfast is included, tasty, lots of selection, large dining area with a nice view of the inner courtyard. Staff are all extremely friendly & helpful.

The staff at the front desk are simply amazing, can't say enough about them, from the time we called to make the reservation until the check out the front staff were amazing. It is also a nice touch to have the morning breakfast included. Great stay

This was second visit to the hotel and would not consider staying at any other Hotel in Kelowna. Clean and large room, had a patio room facing the courtyard and like staying in a park and could walk to the hot-tub directly from my patio. Breakfast selection was varied and Hot items where Hot, breakfast room was large and staff kept it clean. Also items where replenished and there did not seem to be any empty items at the buffet. Good parking and lots of plug ins for electric cars ( sadly not me ) . Parking lot was well lit and never saw any shady characters hanging around. WiFi signal was strong and dependable and it automatically connected with my phone after a visit a year ago. My room was super quiet and never heard any road noise or voices from other rooms.

Room wasn't ready at check in. We were told they would call when it was and noone ever called. When we went back to ask they gave us a room that we didn't reserve. We had to go back and ask for the room we we had paid for. Extremely overpriced compared to other hotels nearby.

We came back to this hotel for a second time this summer because we liked it so much the first time. Great staff, lovely beds, and great breakfast. One hot tub was down for maintenance, but there was one more operating. We will be back.

Clean rooms, great pool, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff. Can't ask for anything more!! One of the best hotels I've stayed in all year. I still be staying here in the future for sure. Made the trip very comfortable.

Front desk person was very competent and polite, even though the booking went sideways. We were informed that no BW loyalty points would be given because we reserved through booking.com. Watch out for the word "AD" on the booking websites. Beware of being redirected to one of these sites. We were given an "Accessible" room with the extra hardware in the bathroom. The "queen" bed was not queen size, but more a double bed. Breakfast was good and the public areas of the facility felt comfortable and clean.

You will not be disappointed . Rates reasonable, location close to downtown , shopping mall , coffee shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly , breakfast very good overall just great . This was my second Trip in last 2 years and we will stay again if we come to Kelowna again

The hotel definitely met our expectations. Kids loved the pool, the front staff were very pleasant and accommodating with our towel requests, and the breakfast had really good gluten free options!!! My daughter and I have celiac disease, and neither of us had reactions to the food.

Hotel is in a Central Location. Convenient to travel around in the City. Breakfast is good quality. But some rooms don't have Washroom exhaust Fans & others were not working. Washroom sink was blocked.

Ordered house cleaning 3 times and didn't get it once during my 4 night 5 day stay. I had to go to the front desk to get new bath towels while having to put my garbage with DIAPERS out side my room before someone was actually sent to swap the garbage out. Even then, they still didn't address the towels. I made sure the call the day before giving ample notice but it didn't matter. There was no bathroom fan in our room so the diapers made it unbearable to leave the garbage in the room any longer than 2 nights.

Toe nails by bed and under desk, food remnants on table and floor, dead bugs, dust bunny the size of my fist, hair in bathroom…… and this was the room advertised as hypoallergenic, for which you pay extra. No cleaning staff to fix things, front desk apologetic but no other suitable rooms for the night, so had to clean my own room!

Noisy neighbors with half hour delay before response from front desk. 1 dirty bed. Dirty shower. Poor shower maintenence. Bugs in bed. Is there anything else to add? (the complimentary breakfast was good despite being overwhelmingly sweet) Overall, avoid at all cost.

Housekeeping was non existent! The rooms were NEVER attended, I called multiple times daily with no answer. I left the housekeeping button on, I even politely asked at the front desk for some room attendance on more than one occasion. It was never restocked, no room towels after a 4 day stay. No coffee. No pool towels by 4pm. Garbages were so overflowed that guests started lining the hallways with their trash and empty's. At one point guests were piling their dirty towels outside housekeeping hallway doors. It was disgusting and a complete disappointment after the amount of money we spent on two rooms during our stay. The day staff were short with me, while the evening staff were polite. However, out of stock when I asked for something simple. As a single mother travelling with 3 children aged 6,2 and 1 this made my holiday TWICE as difficult and ruined our stay. I shouldn't have to pack down two babies with a 6 year old in tow carrying our garbage containing multiple dirty diapers to front desk to be removed. This goes beyond a staffing issue and is a direct result of poor management.

Traveling thru the country on the way to wine. Perfect stop! What a great hotel/resort! We got lucky and ended up in the towers with a view and a balcony and we loved it! Nice hot tubs & pool and while we don't judge a place based on breakfast, it was good. Hotel guests get a discount at restaurant/bar next door and it's a hoppin' local place. Very fun, great food. Main lobby is under renovations, but room vas very nice bit little terace overlooking to golf course and Mission Hill winery. Epic! We had change of plans in our trip and had extra person - our 4 year old grandson- staying with us. The hotel management was happy to accommodate and offered more appropriate room for the same price. Once renovations are done, this will be excellent place to stay while in Kelowna. We'll come again.

Although we only stayed for one night for a medical appointment the hotel had everything you needed in one location. The pool, hot tub looked awesome and the onsite spa was a bonus although we did not use it. The onsite friendly pub was a bonus. Thank-you

This place exceeded my expectations, and was wonderful to stay at. I would definitely stay here again if in the area, pool was awesome, room was comfortable and also very clean, easy to check in and easy to check out.

Great Hotel and location. Really enjoyed the Breakfast. Pub was great to have part of hotel. Pool looked great but i did not get to use this time. I always stay at this Hotel. Like having a deck to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air

Comfortable clean rooms with nice amenities. An overnight stay wasn't enough to take in everything this hotel has to offer. Breakfast buffet which was included was restaurant quality. Hotel has excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping as well. We had a pet and appreciated the large open green space

Room odor, slow internet connectivity, old carpet, stained mattress and sheets should sum it up. If you're reading this because you're having second thoughts, trust your guts. There's lots of other new hotels and renovated once around kelowna area. Save yourself the headache and look else where. Don't even consider this hotel. Definitely not worth paying the discounted price for the trouble.

Great Hotel , close to everything, quiet, and clean. Room was spotless and breakfast was very good. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to do so. They never disappoint. Salt water pool was relaxing and refreshing.

Stayed in Kelowna as a stopover on the way to the Rockies. The hotel was as I'd expect for a big chain. Well equipped, clean, lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had good selection and plenty of it. Went into Kelowna for dinner and didn't really enjoy the vibe. Went to the waterfront and there were quite a few local lads making their presence known. No idea if this is the norm or we were just unlucky but was glad to only be there one night.

We were in Kelowna for a golf tournament, great experience at this hotel. Free breakfast was awesome, terrific mix of food items both hot and cold. Room was really nice, lots of room, quiet and parking was ample.

Maggie the supervisor at the front desk was very unprofessional, inefficient, & did not know how to handle the lineups when people were checking in. The hotel itself is outdated, carpets not clean, things in rooms needing maintenance. , For the price we paid at the Best Western Plus, for the Victoria long weekend I'd much rather have a weekend at a fairmont hotel where you get much more value for your money. Also they are a cleaner chain & their employees are professional.

Booked three nights, got a room on the first floor just off the lobby. Older hotel so could hear everything in the rooms beside and above and outside the patio doors. Tile floor in the room was sticky; Shower head came apart when touched; bathroom sink water was scalding hot or cold. Upon check-in were advised room wouldn't be cleaned unless we specifically asked for it prior to 10am.

My husband and I stayed here while exploring Kelowna. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a Best Western. The people running it were very efficient and did a great job. The front desk staff was so wonderful and friendly. Our room was spotless and we even had robes for us. We stayed in the tower with a great view from our room and loved it. The courtyard was huge with 2 BBQ,s and 2 outdoor hot tubs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's perfect.

We stayed at this hotel twice, 5 days each. I love the fact that the pool and hot tub is in the middle of the courtyard. I love the balconies and family friendly atmosphere. The parking lot surrounds the building, you can leave your car close to the room - it is very convenient! The breakfast area was always clean and well stocked. The rooms are clean, housekeeping stuff is very polite and helpful. We will definitely come again!

Excellent facility, great value for money, cheerful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to all whether you are on a business trip or leisure. Great for families who would like to enjoy their own food as the kitchens attached to the rooms are fantastic.

love this hotel - stayed on the 6th floor - great city views - and the staff are great - really know how to take care of their guests - only downside is its not on the water - other than that its almost the perfect place to stay.

Non existent customer service. Had such a bad problem we decided to leave after hanging out there for an hour and half without the problem being fixed. Front desk ladies told us in no uncertain terms, to go fly a kite. Worst hotel visit in 35 years of travelling.

I stayed on the 7th floor of the tower. Nice balcony with a great view of the city. The staff was very helpful in providing some info on what I might enjoy doing in the city. I received a coupon for a free drink at the restaurant onsite as well as a 15% discount on meals. Great deal.

My family had a great stay at this hotel. The location is central so close to many restaurants and activities. Friendly staff, clean, great amenities and incredible buffet style breakfast. We had many activities planned on our trip and enjoyed going back to the hotel for rest between them. It felt like home.

A bit pricey at $229 compared to other econo hotels but, far better than a lesser priced hotel. Evening desk staff was rather cold and unapproachable and the day front desk staff was super friendly. Great location

Have always stayed at Best Western hotels. This particular one in Kelowna is great. Very clean rooms, the staff are great, really good breakfast in the morning included in the price of your room. It is centrally located and lots of parking. We have recommended this hotel to family and friends and will continue to stay at Best Western Plus while visiting Kelowna

The waitress at the restaurant didn't let my friends in because they didn't have the vip pass. She told me I have an attitude and I am annoying. Overall experience at the hotel was nice, staff was friendly but my room wasn't clean (because of “covid”?) how stupid!

Family trip.. courtyard and rooms with access to it is great. Hot Breakfast was delicious and served in a huge glass room that let in lots of natural light eating on cloudy days .Indoor Pool and outdoor hot tub was nice to use especially at night time

Just a big name comes with a big bill. Some of the very basics were missing, no microwave in the room, I was told to go to the lobby to heat my food. I had multiple items so going from my room down to the lobby and back multiple times was such a hassle and food kept getting cold. The WiFi sucked. I was told come down to the lobby or restart your device. How many times should I have to restart my device? Going to the lobby is no as I am on a video call, or just want to watch a movie as the choice of channels was very limited. Not clean, understaffed,

Enjoyed our stay in BW+ Kelowna, lovely tower room, clean and functional, friendly staff. Located near Orchard Park Mall, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, including a pub attached to the hotel. We enjoyed our dinner there a couple of nights. No problems at all, great stay!

Great trip-clean hotel-breakfast was delicious-huge variety to choose from!! Front desk was super helpful and friendly-the pub attached had great service, the food was amazing!! Very highly recommended staying here you won't be disappointed!

Rooms are spacious, very clean. Comfy bed and very quiet with the room facing the coutyard. Buffet breakfast was standard, not great but to be expected. I'll be staying at this hotel next time I am in town.

Wow just wow I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy I was treated like crap an evacuee from Merritt who had a couple of Merritt locals over in his room and 4 days later to be kicked out and now nowhere to stay but either the shelter where it's full of drug addicts or the streets again disgusting

I needed to stay in Kelowna in order to catch an early plane out in the morning. This hotel was ideal. The room was reasonably priced, there is a nice restaurant with good food right next door, and thee is a shuttle that was on time and took me to the airport. Overall, a very positive experience.

Will return as soon as life allows! Excellent staff, location and amenities. Very good breakfast, especially during Covid with social distancing and cleanup. Good size bathroom in the room, very little toilet room at the pool would be my only complaint (I can live with it, lol)

The breakfast here has been great because it has carried us each day until about 3 pm. It sounds cheesy but it has been a real blessing to get us through these days of work. The staff have also been very accommodating and friendly as well. Great job, BW Team!

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions. It has always been a positive experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly priced. What stands out most with our family is that we have also been here during family emergencies as we are from Vancouver area, and people like"Maggie" just go above and beyond to ensure their guests are as comfortable as possible. No matter how busy they are, she shines at customer care! Thank you Maggie and others at BW who are just as good.

My spouse and I stopped in Kingman on our round trip to Las Vegas for the first time and enjoyed the King room and the breakfast. We also ate both times at the great Mexican food at oyster Mexican and seafood and loved it for the margaritas and tacos salads

Great location, near shopping, airport and lots of restaurants. Having the hot breakfast was great. Indoor pool and hot tubs outside were great. Very clean. Staff are very friendly. Road noise was an issue being at the front of the building. It is right on the hwy going through Kelowna so very busy. Parking lot hard getting around with a truck, very tight parking stalls.

From the first outside appearance of the hotel I was glad I picked the Best Western Kelowna. Parking lot was well laid out and well lit. Check in was fast and check out just as fast. Breakfast buffet was like you experienced precovid and had a large selection ( try the freshly made danish) Room was spotless and since I had booked a deluxe patio room it was large. A nice surprise was the shower ,,,,there was high water pressure and hot water. Staff where all friendly and smiling and even tho there was no in room cleaning extra towels,soap etc where available. Patio opened unto a large grass area and I walked from my patio directly to the hot tubs (number 2 was hotter). The grounds where park like and a group of gardeners worked outside every day I was there. I know it common practise in reviews to find fault with the smallest thing so I had one complaint, remote control for the TV needed new batteries. I booked directly with Best Western and received a better price than all the internet sites and I had the room I booked with no surprises. Oh because of the way the hotel sits I heard no traffic noise.

Room is huge, fridge. No microwave. Floor creaks as does the floor above me. House keeping missed a few items in the bathroom area that were in plain sight. Excellent location, excellent front end staff. The Pub on the property is excellent as well.

Enjoyable trip to Kelowna for the CJCS AGM and visit with family and friends who I hadn't seen for several years.!! God food and drink at Cactus Club and Old Spaghetti Factory!! Pleasant shuttle driver from the airport to hotel and back again!

Breakfast was excellent - good choice of bacon, eggs, sausages, muffins, french toast, juices, coffee, etc. Bed was comfortable. We chose to stay in disabled accommodations because of my wife. However, she did not like the bench in the shower because she felt like she could slide off at any moment. It was not slippery proof - esp. once it was wet. Next time we will get a regular room as she doen't need wheelchair type accomodations. We stayed in the back or the North Entrance of the Hotel and noticed questionable people hanging out doing drugs on the Hotel property for the duration of the nights that we stayed. We didn't feel safe!

Excellent hotel, lived up to its reputation as a member of the Best Western brand. Staff were great, room was great too. Would have loved a little bigger size tv. This was my third stay in a Best Western hotel in the past month and they've all been great experience.

Took our daughter to university and stayed one night in Kelowna. The location was great as was the breakfast and hot tub. Room cleanliness was extremely poor especially in the bathroom and high touch surfaces. We had an unwanted wake up call before 7am ! Upon checkout there was a billing error which the front staff clerk assumed that I was wrong but did eventually fix the error. Will consider staying somewhere else next time.

Pros: The pool is salt water and cleaned (skimmed) daily it looked like. The kids loved it, and we enjoyed the lack of chlorine. The breakfast was awesome, a great variety of choices which was s wonderful break from the standard contenential breakfast at other hotels. They also have a BBQ you can use, which was great. We stayed is a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchenette and sofa bed. It was very average, but clean and the courtyard balcony was great. Cons: Our bed. The mattress was very clearly broken. It had a deep crevice on one side. A couple feet long, and if sharing the bed it was unavoidable and very uncomfortable. No idea how housekeeping missed this and they haven't changed it? This would be the main reason we wouldn't return. We ran out of coffee, called downstairs, but more could not be provided. We were told to wait til breakfast the next day. Bit if a pain for those up early due to time zone differences. But it's a small thing.

I know THis has been a very high stressed time in the world but the desk people could of been more welcoming. We have stayed here many times through the years and were very happy with the service. Today is not the same, trying to get your room cleaned was a chore. They will only clean your room twice a week and you have to go to the front desk to ask it to be done. Not phone as they don't answer.. twice We had to ask for our linen and towels to be replaced in the same day hours apart and then it was done with a very unhappy attitude. We are staying here for two weeks. The room was average the beds are good, the curtains are dirty and the blackout curtain has holes in it. This was not in the tower area. All I can say is that it's over priced for what you get. Will we stay here again? Only if they change customer service and improve service. We are executive members.

The best Best Western I've stayed at. The swimming pool, courtyard, location, amenities, staff, room, continental breakfast were all great. Will definitely go back if I stay in Kelowna again. Just a note, if you special requests, make sure you call the front desk and ensure they are aware. The communication between the central reservation call centre and the hotel needs improvement.

Whenever I travel, I choose to stay at a Best Western. the rooms here are very clean and the service was very excellent. The breakfast has lots of variety and there was always hot coffee available in the lobby.

Love staying at the Best Western Plus in Kelowna! The staff are always extremely friendly and always offering to help or answer any questions you may have. The General Manager even made time to come out and say Hello and make sure that our check-in went smoothly as the hotel was very busy, which it did of course. The rooms were great, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also love the location, close to some great restaurants and a quick drive to the water or downtown. Definitely will be staying here when we come back!

We travelled from Vancouver and it was our first time visiting kelowna. And it was not easy. But they were very accommodating with our early requested check in time. We enjoyed their breakfast and pool

Multi party stay. Everything went well. Had 2 tower suites with a courtyard room that has a big grassed area for the kids to play games and great access to the pool. Everything was amazing great staff. We always stay at this centrally located property. Thanks again.

Me and my family stayed at the Best Western Plus in Kelowna and it was a terrible experience. The rooms smelled bad, bathroom tap was either too hot or too cold. Was supposed to stay for 3nights but ended up checking out after the first night and moved to a different hotel.

Great Hotel, location and Staff. Breakfast had a mixture of cold and hot foods and Fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub was open and had lots of guests using. BBQ outside for anyone wanting to cook their own food. Tables outside and a nice grass area. e-bike rentals are available. company will deliver and pick up. I used the e-scooter as well.

Stayed 6 night and didn't get any room service. We requested room service twice that did not happen. I feel cheated out of portion of the bill that makes up room service. I had to change my own bed sheets. We found someone's pants in the room at check in. The front staff are good and really trying, this hotel need more people to clean rooms and it would have been a 4/5

The rooms were not the standard of paying $314 plus tax per night. Cleanliness, noisey location, furniture, lighting were below standard, this room was more like a room of $125. We would not come back.

We were there for a quick trip to see the Kangaroo Creek Farm and fruit picking in the surrounding area. The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean and spacious. Located in the heart of the city it us central to everything from food to shopping to most of the attractions. We would 100% recommend a stay at Best Western as it is kid friendly and budget friendly.

The pool was perfect for the hot weather allowing to swim out of the sun but still allowing for relaxing in the sun. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great with lots of options for everyone. Beds were comfortable.

This hotel is a towering facade in Kelowna but when you get in the compound its driveway is so tight and chaotic. The lobby is so disorganized. Hundreds of guests coming in and out but there are only 2 front desk staff. Long lineup to be able to check-in. Posted check-in time is 4:00 pm. You'll be lucky to have your room ready at 4:30 pm. You can hear people complaining at the front desk. There is no concierge staff. If you have disability, you're on your own. Pool is small and overcrowded. Adults drinking beer while watching kids swim. Only one hot tub working and always full. The only saving grace in this hotel is the breakfast. You'll have lots of choices. Scrambled egg with cheese filling is good. Bacon or sausage (interchangeable daily). Hash brown, French toast, various bread, yogurt, cereals and freshly cut mix fruit. Choices of fruit juice and coffee. There are garden rooms in this hotel adjacent to an open grass field by the pool. There are 2 huge BBQ grills which you could use if you would like to grill some steak or chicken. There are a couple of picnic tables in the garden. This hotel is pet friendly, so dog poop is inevitable in the garden.

Terrible check-in. Kept being told room was being worked on, but wouldn't say when it would be ready. Overall grubby and dirty. Entire facility needs a deep clean. Very poorly managed and complete lack of supervision of workers. Pool poorly attended to. One working hot tub was a slimy shade of green. Other than staff wearing masks there was no other evidence of Covid protocols being followed with respect to cleanliness or sanitation. We had stayed here twice before, but the quality has deteriorated to the point we won't stay here again. It is definitely a black mark on the Best Western brand.

Pros: -Great hotel layout, courtyard, patios, and modern rooms -Location fantastic, lots of amenities -The design of the pool linking the lobby and courtyard with massive open-air concept -The breakfast buffet and gym were really nice -Absolutely gorgeous landscaping and grounds -Very quiet rooms -A/C works fantastic despite the record MAJOR heat wave in Kelowna this week Cons: -They were unable to re-hire any housekeeping staff after Covid. The room was absolutely filthy upon check-in (crumbs in bed, trash cans full, dirt and sand all over floor, toilet gross) and the room was not cleaned once over our 5 day visit -Had to take out our own trash and recycling, including whoever had the room before us. We also bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves upon check-in -The pool maintenance was poor (cloudy water, green hot tub, one hot tub out of order), there were 2 of 5 days we wouldn't let the kids in -They were unable to give us clean towels, more toilet paper, soap, etc. Fortunately a Super Walmart is nearby and we bought everything (including pillows and cleaning supplies -- not ideal for "vacation") -Check-in took 45 minutes (online check-in was not working, many people complaining at desk, I could tell the desk staff was worn out and fed up-- the management clearly hung them out to dry) -Room was not ready until 6pm with no offer of discount (quoted check-in time is 4pm, will be calling BW Rewards for compensation) It would have been a 5 star rating without the check-in and housekeeping issues. Unfortunately, I don't think we will return here.

From check in to check out, it was a great stay. All staff efficient and friendly always eager to help. Excellent breakfast choices every day. Excellent covid protocols. It was like home away from home.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and let us check in really early, as we had travelled there on a motorcycle and it was +42 that day. So we needed to get out of the heat and relax by the pool. Loved everything about this hotel, from our room that walked out to a great court yard, where we could sit out during the very warm nights. To the awesome hit breakfast they served.. would stay here again when coming to Kelowna.

Our stay at BW Kelowna was fantastic. We were impressed of the cleanliness of our room. We booked the Deluxe Courtyard and it was perfect for my 2 yr old daughter to have a space to run around. The breakfast was great too. Will for sure book BW Kelowna now every time we go visit every year.

Good few days in Kelowna. Hotel in good location for different restaurants. Drive into town is less than 10 mins. We travelled with our dog so had a ground floor with a patio, good to be able to sit outside with her during this heat. The pub patio onsite is partially pet friendly and the food we had was very good. Breakfast at hotel is good, something for everyone, hot breakfast, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurts, waffles...if you can't find something you like you are too picky. Grounds of hotel nice with good grassy areas and a couple of picnic tables and bbq's for visitors use. Pool and hot tub nice. Overall a good experience, would we stay again....Yes.

We always stay at Best Western as we travel from coast to coast in Canada. They are consistently excellent and meet or exceed our expectations. Everything was very good at the hotel. We were there 17 days, working during a transition moving to the Kelowna area. internet was excellent as was the breakfast, despite covid restrictions. Everything was great.

Very nice stay! (With a SUGGESTION though, please). The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options during Covid times upon us and the attendant did a superior job keeping the area tidy and clean! The lobby was lively with music and our check in gal was friendly. The internet was quite good too and we liked our room except the tv but most hotels do not make tv watching easy/enjoyable so no strike against really! I just prefer a guide channel when you are watching a show and many tvs offer this these days. Plus was semi limited on high def too and some sports channels were so dark and you cannot just adjust the brightness! The hot tub is to die for! We enjoyed all to ourselves in the am for an hr BUT come on now...an outside hot tub that closes at 9 pm! Why NOT 10 pm??? I did not even know this and went in right at 9 and got the boot but was a nice enough boot out so all good. Just made ZERO sense to feel like a senior in these senior times and a 9 pm curfew! Especially when we are not rowdy at all and just wanted to enjoy a soak after dinner at 97 Pub which was not up to par! But still a 5 and one of the best hotels Kelowna has to offer!

I give top marks to Kelowna Best Western for the way they have adapted to Covid-19 protocol. Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Best salmon I have ever had !!!

Our front desk representative was professional and kind. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. The bed was comfortable and the balcony certainly added to our enjoyment of the room.

This place was amazing! Our rooms were clean and everything was in place. The receptionist were all so nice, specially Anjali, she was so sweet and helped a lot. I recommend this hotel to everybody with families and kids.

BW Plus in Kelowna is one of a kind when it comes to ambience, staff kindness, breakfast which never runs out and a great pool and hot tubs. We would go there over and over again. The staff are the most pleasant and kind we have met.

We stayed one night in the tower after having a long day of golf and a few to many drinks, so used up best western points and got a free room. Staff had us checked in with complimentary waters in under 5 minutes, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very accommodating, and the morning breakfast was very good considering the limited menu. Every effort was made to make us feel comfortable, and I would recommend this location.

Prior to Covid, we travelled a great deal and now are restricted to essential travel so we wanted to make our stay special. I chose the perfect place to stay while in Kelowna. A short drive to the Hospital which was our reason for being there but also so very close to everything from parks to shopping, to the airport and even walking distance to many preferred restaurants. This is the only place I will stay when in Kelowna in the future as the price was good and the room was perfect. We had our Doggy with us and yet were on the fourth floor with a balcony and a view that was beyond belief. They had a very nice Pub on site and also so very many places for my Doggy to go out for his walks. Safe even when we were out for a late night Doggy walk. Staff were amazing and really cared that our needs were met in every way. Breakfast is included and was very good with a huge variety of hot and cold pre-packaged foods. Very fresh and with the option of eating in a lovely spacious room by the pool or taking it up to your room, it was a great way to start the day. We had a very nice visit o Kelowna mainly because we had a great place to return to at the end of the day.

Kelowna Best Western Plus is a nice hotel. We stayed for a few days, the room was very clean. it is what we expected. Good location, close to Costco, Walmart. The court yard is well maintained. People can BBQ or picnic in there.

We are disabled and had our dog with us. Our stay was perfect. Loved the ground floor patio and outside access for our dog. Also the room size was good to because our 4 mth puppy could play inside freely.

It appears that they have upgraded their Grab-and-Go breakfast menus. Way over prized. Does not feel like your regular Best Western and we have stayed in allot of them. Asked for wine glasses and they were filthy. I believe that there are to many residences in that hotel, not just tourist's.

This had always been my goto place in Kelowna for many years and I continue to hold diamond select status. I arrived at 3.20 for check in and was told my room wasn't ready. I was also told checkin was 4pm in a flippant way. I asked if another room was available and was told I had been assigned this one and there was nothing else available. Then I was asked what my essential worker designation was as I had received a lower booking rate. Just seemed to be more attitude. I proceeded to sit in the chairs in front of the desk till 4pm at which point I went back to the desk and asked the same person if my room was now ready. Was told no and they would send someone to check. Someone came back at 4.10 and said it was ready. This could have been done 40 minutes earlier. Just a poor service attitude from the front desk person. No apology from the desk person but from the person who checked on the room.

Whenever I come to Kelowna, I always enjoy my stay at the Best Western. I like the location, close to restaurants, easy to get downtown if needed, rooms are always clean and staff are beyond exceptional and professional! Thanks again!

The hotel and room was clean. The room had used furniture that could be upgraded but the bed was comfortable and clean. Good coffee and a bar fridge for our convenience. The 97 Pub next door was for handy and close for drinks and a great food.

Passing through on my way to Kamloops and stopped in beautiful Kelowna. Hotel appeared clean but could work on more detail. Staff ok could have been more welcoming but it was busy. Some areas outside not tidy and a little noise around our room.

I was shocked by the attitude of the receptionist. I was never treated like this in other best western locations. As a diamond select member I always had the best customer service but not this time. Starts from checking in where I had made a special request which was ignored totally and the receptionist did not give me any chance to explain my point. I had ti request cleaning my room 3 times because the floor was slippery until they send them finally. They ruined my vacation totally.

Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites 2402 Hwy 97 N, Kelowna, BC V1X 4J1 Don't get me wrong. The hotel staff did provide industry standard hospitality in respect to it's ranking in the travel sector. My review is about their lack of willingness to provide customer service simply because I booked the hotel room through a third party, Expedia Travel. Nowadays people use Hotel.ca,TripAdvisor or other websites to book their travel or vacation and that should not have became an excuse for the hotel not to provide the industry-standard service to the customer as they are contracted to render. I complained to the manager, Prisha Chavan, regarding the unbearable noise from the floor joists and the ceiling structure as a whole and all she responded was that there's nothing she can do since it's a third party booking and that the only thing she can do for us is to make the" reservation process seamless" on our next visit; like we are going back ever again! Travellers be aware, avoid room #128 on the ground floor facing the center courtyard because you might be crushed in your sleep as the ceiling come crashing down if you can sleep at all in this room!

We stayed in this BW property in the second half of July, so Covid-19 measures were fully in place. We arrived later in the evening, after 9pm, but check-in was quick. Since the bestwestern.com website clearly states that Elite members are provided with Complimentary Water and Points upon Arrival, I have asked if (as a Platinum member) I could get some complimentary water. The check-in agent replied (not very friendly) that I already got the bonus points and that is all they give and that not all Best Western properties provide complimentary water to Elite members. The luggage carts were available for guests to use. We checked in and while my wife was unpacking, I was still running back and forth to our car to collect some small items. Meanwhile our 8-year old daughter found a piece of condom wrapper by the queen size bed edge. We were quite disgusted by it, so I took the piece to the front desk. I started explaining the situation to one of the receptionists. Once she heard the words “condom wrapper” she started waving her arms and mumbled something saying that I need to talk to her colleague, since she is the supervisor in charge and started to walk to the backroom. I did not understand why I have to start explaining the situation from the beginning to another person, but the supervisor lady just arrived, so I told her. I explained that such discovery is absolutely unacceptable anytime, but in the midst of Pandemic it makes me wonder how well the rooms are sanitized before the new guest's arrival. She apologized and asked me how could she make it right. I told her that I have no idea and she offered if we wanted to switch rooms. It was past 10pm already. I declined since there was no guarantee that the other room would be any cleaner. She kept the piece of wrapping and I expected her to bring this up with the housekeeping. I was naive thinking that perhaps with 4 nights stay, the management would get in touch with us and at least apologize again. But there was no such an attempt made. The 1-bedroom came with kitchenette with good size fridge, 2 burner stove (no oven), microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, pods coffee maker and kitchen sink. What was noticeably missing were any glasses or ceramic cups in the room. Instead of cups there were paper cups covered in plastic. I assume the idea was that we would make tea and coffee into those paper cups. The next day we went to a dollar store and purchased proper mug for each of us. The room layout was good, except the fact that the living area where our daughter slept was noisy. It shares the wall with the hallway and other guests would not refrain from speaking in the hallway even after midnight. The courtyard is nice, great for kids and families to play in. Pool maximum depth is 1 meter and you need to make a reservation for 1-hour use. Toilet must be the smallest toilet that would still pass for an adult size. The toilet seat was detached from the bowl when we checked in. I was able to re- attach it, so we could use it during our stay. Breakfast was acceptable given the circumstances. The selection was identical every day: coffee/tea, yogurt-plain, peach, vanilla or blueberry, boiled eggs, bar (1 flavor), muffin (chocolate, banana, blueberry) – made in USA, wrapped in plastic, and instant porridge. Internet worked very well throughout our stay. I am glad others had a nice experience at this property, we did not. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I would recommend improving the room cleaning procedures, so the hotel housekeeping team would be cleaning the rooms at least according to pre-Covid standards.

Great location and very nice hotel and staff. The hotel staff handled the COVID-19 situations very well. I really liked our allergy free room for being neat and the only thing I like to ask to be more clean is the floor.

Great Stay in Kelowna for 10 days. Hotel location is great. Easy access to everything i wanted. Room was quiet, AC worked great as it was 30plus degrees everyday. No issues with Internet. Breakfast was handled very well. Lunch bags for people to grab their food and sit outside, or with the tables that were 2 meters apart or go back to your room. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. One staff at breakfast was so pleasant. She always smiled, talked to everyone. Just a happy person.

Called booked online for 3 days came in and couldn't find reservations only allowed us to stay for one night Talked to the man at the front desk he started yelling at us for no reason will never stay here again bunch of bull

The hotel worked great for our one night in Kelowna. It was central to the places we were going. The courtyard lawn was a great spot to sit in the morning. Covid protocols were well adhered to by staff (wish more guests were wearing masks!) We'll be back!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel has a nice inner courtyard with picnic tables and seating areas. This is also where the pool and hot tub are. Limited capacity of 10 people in the pool now due to Covid .

So, for your information, this hotel is a big one. Reception, lobby, pool and breakfast area are located in the tower. The tower is surrounded by a two-storey building. I booked this hotel many, many times. Most of the time I stayed in the tower, as the rooms are nicer and you have a nice view. When the tower was totally booked, I always asked for a top floor room in the low-rise building. Here, the rooms are so-so, but not bad. This time was bad! The only room available was a first level room, very close to the North entrance, nosy like hell. Till 4 am, people were coming an going on the hallway, with pets and kids, yelling or crying. On the top of this, the mattress was very old an soft and with both edges collapsed and the air condition unit was noisy. But the worst thing was when I came. I was waiting a lot at the front desk to check in to my already online booked room, got the keys and found that my room was not prepared yet from the previous guests. I was shocked! Went back to the reception to let the receptionist know what I found. She obliviously apologized telling me that the room will be ready in 30 minutes and she will call me to let me know (they gave me 10,000 rewards points to sweet my pain). So, I left the hotel for shopping. Guess what, nobody called me! After couple of hours I came back to my room, didn't bother to check first with the front desk. The room was half cleaned, with no ironed bed covers, dirty balcony and super-dusty balcony table and chairs. I'm truly hoping it was a one time bizarre incident because I always enjoyed my stays at this hotel. I will come back, but if is happening again, I will skip booking here. Anyway, there are another couple of Best Western hotels in that very close area.

I appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff at this hotel. It was a bit expensive, but the service was excellent. It was comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely go again to Best Western Plus.

Check-in and out was very friendly and professional. Though the hotel is right beside the main highway, it was very quiet in our room, and even on the balcony, which overlooked the courtyard, and had a view of the surrounding hills, We sat to enjoy a glass of wine and a game of cards, and then cheese and pate prepared in the kitchenette. Bed was very comfy. A very pleasant evening and stay.

Welcoming staff, Excellent service, Rooms were spacious & clean, well equiped with a makeup mirror, refrigerator, the grounds are lovely & pet friendly. Gold standard in green leadership, they offered modified breakfast bags with the COVID

Allot of changes given the covid safety requirements. No housekeeping which was actually good so you knew that anything you'd wiped down yourself hadn't been touched. Loved the available coffee from the front desk as well as the grab bag breakfast offering. Great service from all the staff. Excellent experience.

We visited during the phase 2 of covid restrictions in BC. The hotel had taken all precautions to keep us and their staff safe and we appreciated this very much. This included no room service and a limited breakfast, no pool or shared eating area. This was all very ok of course.

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet rooms. Balcony is a nice bonus for those who smoke. Staff were all very friendly. With the new covid rules they do not clean your room which was fine for us. Anything we needed front desk would supply. Will definitely book here again!

We stayed here for a night over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the tower, and it was very clean and spacious. The service from the front desk was excellent despite the ongoing pandemic, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The location is absolutely perfect with a lot of restaurants within walking distance to pick up from, and is not far from anything else you could think of doing in Kelowna.

There is a lot to like about the hotel. We would like to give thanks to the dining room staff for their efforts in stocking all breakfast items and prompt cleaning when there are a lot of guests. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool, but the hot tub did not look very clean. The breakfast was plentiful, but lower quality. Good value for the money and the staff were very accommodating to our group.

I normally stay elsewhere when I am in Kelowna, , but I saw the ad advertising stay two nights, get the third night free, So, I thought what the heck I will try this place. Well, I was Very happy i did. Staff was very friendly and accommodating on check-in, there was lots of room for my big truck, And as a walk in they had a room for me. This is not a new hotel, but is very well appointed, the rooms are clean and very nice, and there is a restaurant/pub, on the premises. The best, was yet to come. The breakfast that is included with your room, was one of the best I've had in a long long time. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, sliced fruit, cereal, very good coffee, and a lot of other stuff. Darla and Clint are responsible for the breakfast in the morning. They have done a very very good job of doing this. Everything was hot, very clean, and the food was very very good. This is one hotel, that I will stay at a game whenever I am in Kelowna now.

I have reviewed this place before but I figure if they are consistant with their service, they deserve another review! We often stop here as we fly out to other destinations and they are really good about letting us leave our vehicle in the lot in off seasons. The taxi service from the lobby is quick and easy to obtain. The Pub in the hotel serves great food and can deliver to the room for a fee. When we were making our way to the room we noticed that there was several young hockey players in the hall way and feeling a little rambunctious! The sound proofing in the room saved us that night. Gotta like that!

Mary was exceptionally helpful at front desk answering questions and looking up rewards program for me Discovered I was still listed by 10 year old email and let me know how to get it updated. Highly recommend

As a seasoned traveler for business and a regular at this BW location, i was extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty with some of the staff as they notified me that they could not satisfy my room request. My colleague was then given an already occupied room and then after reporting the issue to the same check in agent she then placed him in a tower room. during another stay the similar situation occurred as it relates to the room request and was then given a room with lights not working and then was told they would not be able to repair until the next day.

Always stay here when traveling for business. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Love their waffles!! And the most comfortable beds, always have a good night's sleep and the rooms are always clean, pet friendly rooms are fabulous too!!

Very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served by Helen and Grant. Great service and good food. Nice selection including both hot and cold options. Waffle machine made nice waffles. Large eating area overlooking the pool.

My husband and I both were recovering from the flu and had to revise our previous plans so we decided to go closer to home to Kelowna and spend our weekend together in the Best Western Plus Wine Country Hotel. We totally enjoyed our 3 day stay. Excellent staff and room. Quiet clean and convenient to venture out and about. The pool area is adult only from 9 to 11pm...also a nice perk. The breakfast room is cared for by a wonderful woman who diligently kept things full, fresh and clean. Absolutely going to do it again.

This was a great experience.All the staff welcomed us. We were also welcomed right away by the front desk. There was no waiting time for our room. The room was very clean and tidy.The rooms were made up everyday if you liked. The hotel is in a good location. Good for shopping. The parking lot for the hotel is easy to get in and out of. A complementary breakfast is offered. There was a very good food variety for breakfast. The breakfast staff was very welcoming and helpful as well.There was no wait when we checked out.We will come again. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast stuff is very friendly and kept the table very clean. I wish we have more variety in the breakfast menu, especially the hot food. But over all, we enjoyed the stay very much. Best location! We love Best Western Hotel.

I met a lady who works at the Best Western this morning. Her name is Helen. She lit up the room as she cleared tables and greeted each guest with a huge authentic smile. If the manager is smart they will put Helen in a position where she interacts with everyone of the guests. She is a person who makes you appreciate life just by being in her presence.

This was our 6th stay in the past year. We took advantage of the parking and shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. However checkin was inadequate 5 of the 6 nights. Five of the challenges were that they simply could not find our reservations (even though we had email confirmations). Very frustrating. This last time they had given our room to somebody else who had actually signed for the room under our name. They actually made us feel like we were lying that it was us that signed! After conversation with front desk and manager on duty eventually a different room was given to us. As well the desk clerk offered a discount to make up the inconvenience. After arriving home and checking credit card statements we found that we were charged for both the original rate and the discount rate. Could this have been for the other room? After phoning the hotel to resolve this problem the result was even more unsatisfactory. The desk clerk recognized that both the charges were made to the credit card and indicated that she had resolved the issue but proceeded to quote a balance greater than the original charge. When we responded with the discounted price we were promised she said she would take it up with the manager. Still waiting....final straw...we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The Best Western Plus Hotel in Kelowna is a good Airport stop over hotel. Complimentary shuttle service starts at 6:30 a.m. and the last return is 11;30 p.m., and you must make reservations in advance. Along with this service you can leave your vehicle for one week free parking. The lady checking us in seemed to have an attitude problem, but the one on our late night return was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed and pillows cozy and comfortable.

The hotel is not bad. My room light for Do Not Disturb wasn't working correctly. It stayed on. Room didn't get cleaned. I understand and that happens. The way the staff dealt with it was horrible. Very condescending and unhelpful. My room didn't get cleaned and with a smirk was told because my DND light was stuck on. Said I would break it with a hammer if that would make somebody clean my room Worst experience I've ever had dealing with staff.

Stayed just one night with the family, the process of check in was quite smooth and the staff very friendly. Being in the middle of winter the kids really enjoyed spending time in the hot tubs, despite that they are right outdoors. Breakfast was quite good but you have to be on time. Loved the waffle making self service.

Decent hotel, great location just off of the highway. Our room in the back part of the hotel was slightly musty smelling and looked a little dated, but was very clean. The swimming pool area is set beside the lobby and breakfast area, so feels a little fishbowl like. Staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast area was quite well stocked with all of the normal buffet items and a lovely woman named Helen was bustling about making sure every thing was clean and full and stopped to chat with my son and I to make sure we had everything we needed. A comfortable place to stop on the way through, probably not a place I'd stay for an extended trip though.

I stay here for work, and the beds are comfortable as heck, the rooms with a balcony are a nice touch, and the breakfast is incredible! Helen is the sweetest, and will make sure you have everything you need to be full and ready for your day.

When we arrived, they did NOT have the room we had reserved - king bed, courtyard view. Wanted to put us in a ground floor looking at the parking lot. We made clear that we were not going to accept that, We had to get the manager as the desk clerk was not going to budge. We are Best Western members as well as AARP and BCAA, and stay almost exclusively at Best Westerns. They finally did find us a very nice large room with the courtyard view. I think they did this by taking someone else's reservation. The room smelled of smoke because smoking is allowed on the balconies. The sliding door was difficult to open. We were in the two-story section. I cannot do stairs due to a mobility issue. There is an elevator if you can call it that. It is very slow and a little scary. The only really positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was very good and lots of seating available. This is a very busy place and hard to get attention from the front desk at times,

Hockey teams yelling and running up and down the hallways..playing hockey for hours. Two nights in a row. Even with calls to complain it continued. Who let's over 40 kids run all over the place unattended. Several guests complained. Paper this doors...can hear EVERYTHING.

Our reservation was booked for more rooms than booked for. The credit card to be charged and set up they could not use. When the room was booked it was confirmed that the card could be charged. Room was frigid upon arrival. Secondary mirror in the bathroom was covered in make up and hair spray. Front desk/room service was not accomodating when we requested cutlery sent up with our dinner. We were told to walk down to the front desk to retrieve ourselves. Internet was spotty at times in the room throughout the day. Lunch buffet had tips jars all over the place. I get that they keep the food and going and clean tables, but we also pay for this service. Parking lots were full of snow. Walking across the court yard to get to the breakfast and the conference rooms, paths were not kept on with shovelling.

Competent staff, and hot coffee/tea available upon arriving on bone chilling afternoon. Great pub food directly across from the lobby. Staff also provided a box breakfast as we were taking the early shuttle (free) to the airport

Staying the night for appointment in Kelowna. Room is very nice, separate bedroom and living area. Very clean. On arrival the desk clerk could see that my husband was having difficulty walking. We were given a room on the opposite end of the hotel. We had to walk through the lobby, walk outside down a snowy path, then down another hallway. The room was at the end of the hall after that. It was the furthest room from the front desk. We found out later that we could have parked at the back of the hotel and it would have been far easier to unload bags and get to our room. We were not offered any assistance to help us get to our room with our bags. A properly trained desk clerk would have disclosed how far it was to our room and suggested that we park on the opposite end of the hotel and offered assistance. I would stay here again as the room was comfortable and clean, however I would insist that we were given a room in the main hotel.

Flew in late to Kelowna and overnighted at the Best Western prior to heading to the Silver Star Ski Resort the next day. We had stayed here on a previous trip and were happy with our stay so we decided to stay again. As before, the rooms were well appointed and clean. The included buffet breakfast the next morning was very good. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel is clean and fresh. I found the staff is friendly. The advance notice check in via email was very quick and efficient. The pool is nice warm and inviting. The cleaning staff were quick and polite. I would stay here again.

We were on assignment in Kelowna BC for two weeks and the staff at the Best Western Plus Kelowna took care of our group, from making sure everyone heading out early had their breakfast take out box and the rest enjoyed their breakfast at the hotel. Staff were always pleasant and engaging, definitely coming back again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stay at this hotel often enough, Holly, Darla and Grant have become friends. The breakfast buffet is amazing as the people who run it. The rooms and location of the hotel is also superb.

We travel to kelowna to see family and holiday 2-3 times a year for the past 23years. This is our go to hotel. It's consistent friendly go out of their way staff and good rooms. We have tried many different ones including the other best westerns this is our favorite

A comfortable room with breakfast available. The fitness centre and the pool are nice additions. The air conditioning/heating is very loud and possibly needs cleaning. The fridge was too cold. The control to turn it up was not clearly visible

Just wanted to give a shout out to Darla, Holly, Grant and the rest of the kitchen staff here. Always smiling, offering help and just a pleasure to talk with! Almost walked out of the hotel with the size sticker still stuck to my pants but they stopped me from a possible embarrassing situation, Thanks!

All was clean and the staff was great The staff at Breakfast were very helpful. Darla, Grant & Holly...my husband Rob thanks you all so much for all the help. We found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean.

Darla and Holly were fantastic hostesses for our breakfast, Extremely friendly and courteous! Extremely helpful in getting us organized for breakfast!, The breakfast area was very clean and bright! Dishes were whisked away as soon as we were done!

Thank you to Grant & Helen for a lovely continental breakfast! Helen was such a friendly person with a big smile for everyone! We would definitely stay there again! The room was very nice and quiet and the only thing negative thing we can say about it was we were having trouble keeping the temperature regulated....it kept going back up to 72 degrees which was a little warm for sleeping.

Had a good experience staying at the hotel. Staffs are all nice and knowledgeable. Had a good complimentary breakfast. all of their foods are fresh and hot. Darla and helen are such a wonderful worker! Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our recent midweek stay at the Kelowna Best Western Plus which included the complimentary hot buffet breakfast the Plus brand always offers. Arrived on a Wednesday night and enjoyed really well priced chicken wings ($6 a lb.) served with celery and carrot sticks in the 97 Street Pub. The server was exceptional- super efficient, friendly and very conversational but never intruding. The pub is a casual atmosphere with a pool table, foosball table and several screens for sports fans. Great happy hour prices and drink specials. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs (2). We stayed in the older court-yard side which would be great in the summer and it was so quiet we slept like babies. Oh and the beds are super comfortable as are the multiple pillows. It was a little nippy going outside to get to the main lobby of the hotel..but complimentary robes were supplied which came in handy when it came to accessing the outdoor hot tubs. They have an indoor salt water pool but we did not get a chance to use. Super welcoming friendly staff and everyone wished us a Merry Christmas which was a nice touch with the wonderful festive decorations throughout the hotel. Rooms were very clean, spacious with mini fridge and Keurig coffee machines. Pub, restaurant, lounge on site...but other options all within a short walk including lots of shopping and retail. Great location!

Haven't been to the hotel since mid spring, so it was very nice to see familiar faces at the front desk☺. Shawna as always is very efficient and pleasant. And Mary is always a delight to see in the morning . Great job ladies.Food selection is great for the free breakfast. As always beds are so comfy.

Stayed at Kelownas Best Western Plus. Rooms very quiet and clean. Bathrooms clean and nice thick towels. Excellent breakfast included. Very enjoyable. Heated indoor pool. Lots of convenient parking good place to stay.

Been staying here for the last 4 years. The free breakfast has anything you could want, Grant and Helen do a wonderful job! So do the rest of the staff! We always stay here at the beginning and end of our vacations when flying out of Kelowna. Enjoy the pub, as well.

We have a young family, who unfortunately had to stay in a hotel for over a month as our home had flooded. This was exceptionally hard on us but the staff at the hotel made the burden so much easier. People like Darla, Holly, and Grant made our stay enjoyable! This hotel has a great hot breakfast and the staff would greet us and our young baby every morning in the lounge. This brought a bit of cheer into our unfortunate circumstances. We highly recommend this hotel and the suites, in particular, are quite nice.

We had a fantastic stay. I usually don't get too excited about hotels but this hotel was really nice. The rooms were large, the outside courtyard was really nice, yes even in the winter, and the pool was easy to get to and enclosed in glass all the way around. Staff was polite and friendly. Grant and Darla ran the breakfast buffet, the food was terrific, and lots of it. Well worth the stay!

The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and the amenities are attractive. Outdoor hot tubs and saltwater pool are relaxing after a long day. New menu in the pub offers great food and the service is exceptional. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of what the city has to offer for entertainment. Great place to stay

The front desk staff were the rudest hotel staff I've encountered. We had lots of luggage, but when I asked for a cart, she said “I don't know where they are, it'll probably take a while to locate one” (but didn't offer to actually find one). This was after she basically ignored me for 10 minutes before checking me in, acting like it was an inconvenience to her, even though no one was around and it was quite silent (it was a Sunday night). Not a smile or slight friendliness. We had a dog with us and had to drag the kennel and our luggage to the other end of the hotel. However, the kitchen staff (Holly and Darla) were the friendliest and helpful people we encountered there.

Always my kelowna goto place. Friendly staff who treat me well. Love the tower rooms. Easy access and lots of parking. Several restaurants nearby in case you want to walk. Upscale included breakfast. Good fitness area. A great place.

Great service, Great amenities. Be warned, room service from 97th street pub was terrible. May be best to dine in the pub as our food was so cold. Not only were the nachos cold, all the toppings were just a pile in the middle. Since they were cold the cheese was just a hard brick on the top. The pool was nice and it looks like it opens up to the outside during summer months. Breakfast buffet was well done, a few options for vegan/vegetarian. Hashbrowns, toast, bagels, fruit. The eggs unfortunately all contained dairy. A big selection for the meat eaters though.

Very happy with my experience. There was a mix up on the room I had reserved, and the staff fixed the problem right away. The options for breakfast were great and many. Would highly recommend and I will be back for sure!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to a longer get away soon. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and hot tubs just added to the experience. Having a Spa for massages was just an added bonus to a great time.

Check in was very easy. Staff is courteous and efficient. The room was a good size including a walk-in closet, extra area with sink, and very comfortable beds with pillow menu. The breakfast had several choices suitable for everyone. There are close by restaurants, shopping and a wine/liquor store. The only complaint was trying to find certain stations on the television.

Had another great stay in the Kelowna Best Western. When we arrived we were greeted right away, checked in and went to our room. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. In the morning we ate our complimentary breakfast which has a great variety of tasty foods and then checked out.

My room had a Jacuzzi and a fireplace, it was like being at home. The bar/ restaurant was good the service was good, lots of sports on the tv's the pool table was in good condition, easy parking, electrical outlets. Lots and Lots of shopping close by. People in Kelowna tend to run red lights beware. Went to two excellent restaurant's outside of the hotel complex. One was Joey's next to Costco, one was along the water on waters street, Cactus Club, very nice.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Great space, service and rooms. Would be ideal in summer with courtyard facing rooms. Kids had fun and parents could gather in atrium without disrupting other guests

My husband, myself and our new puppy recently stay at this Best Western Hotel. Being our first excursion with our dog we were quite nervous about the facilities. We definitely need not have worried ! We were given a ground floor suite with patio access to a lovely garden ! The room itself was very large with a lovely bathroom and extremely comfy beds. Our dog felt immediately at home, as did we ! We walked the extensive garden several times. The dining room was superb, lots of room and the breakfast selection was excellent. We found all of the staff to be most welcoming and helpful with directions as we were new to town. Upon departure we had the pleasure of meeting Manager Prish Chevan who confirmed our thoughts about the welcome we had received. Our stay was far too short and we will definitely be back and also recommend this hotel to all of our friends. I must add that this hotel is very convenient to visit UBC.O which is where our granddaughter is currently attending.

We came to Kelowna this weekend as I have an exam to write on Monday and, sequestering myself in a hotel room to study seemed like a great idea. In order to study, I need to have consistent internet access - wired preferably as I find hotel wifi can be a bit spotty no matter where I stay. Before leaving Kamloops, I wanted to make sure the room we booked had wired access - I knew it was available at the hotel, but wasn't sure if I needed to bring an Ethernet cord or if I had a wired terminal in the room we had. I called the hotel and spoke with Ryan at the front desk. He told me that not all rooms had working terminals and offered to go check our room for me and call me back. I have stayed in many hotels and it is rare to find this level of service. In less than an hour he had called me back. He took a laptop up to our room and checked whether or not we had internet and an Ethernet cord in the room. He upgraded us to a better room for both nights at no extra charge and he confirmed the new room had working, wired internet access, with the Ethernet cord being provided by the hotel. When we arrived, it was Ryan that checked us in. Turns out he is the assistant front desk manager, and in my opinion, the hotel has an exemplary staff member and manager in their employ. I would recommend this hotel for the service alone, never mind the updated room with a lovely view and the complementary breakfast buffet that is included.

I was a little worried about the hotel being on the highway, but the rooms are completely soundproof. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Patios are very private and outdoor area is beautiful. Breakfast offers a good variety of something for everyone.

Okay I get it that I am sensitive to scents. BUT I stay in probably 50 different hotels a year and I can say this is my first experience with the laundry detergent used for the sheets/towels being SO STRONG. Waking into the room is like walking into a box of Tide detergent. Perhaps some people find this pleasant but for me and anyone else sensitive, it is over the top. Ended up sleeping on the couch with a coat over me (covering my face) to avoid the bedding. Would have checked out and went elsewhere if we weren't all staying here as a part of a tour preplanned well in advance. Read some other reviews that were negative about the front desk staff. While we didn't check in ourselves as our management does that I did have to talk to the front desk staff to ask about the coin operated laundry. They acted like it was an imposition to even speak to me. There was no one else at the front desk so it wasn't that they were swamped. But I certainly felt asking them simply where it was and what kind of change I would need was a bother. Room service was good and fast.

Here for hockey tournament, otherwise never stay at BW. Room was better than expected, including bedding, media and quality of furnishings. Breakfast and service were also better than expected. On par with other brands like Residence Inn or Hilton Garden Inn which was a pleasant surprise. Also, thanks to Ryan who went out of his way to make my check in experience top notch.

Don't stay here on long weekends unless you enjoy teenagers running in the hallways yelling until 10:45 every night. Room wasn't clean, hair in shower, foreign red blob on room wall. Noise transfer from the hallway into the room is terrible, if you're a light sleeper I suggest earplugs. Shell on hard boiled eggs for breakfast...yum.

Really nice hotel that is close to everything. Great worrk out facility, pool and hot tubs. Nice Tower rooms with jet tubs. Really nicely maintained courtyard. Staff are good. Breakfast needs work but it is a buffet.

We stayed in the tower just to get away from the kids for a night. The pool area was quite dark compared to the pictures on the website although we did check in early so I am not sure if they leave the lights off until the 4pm check in time. The tower was not as clean as I expected but the room was quite nice. The tower rack was coming out of the wall so we mentioned it at the front so we were not charged for the damage. We were on the top floor and the only window coverings were slatted blinds but all of the commercials lights around the hotel ware on all night so we found it hard to sleep. Tip: don't get a west facing room in the tower. Overall the place was decent for the price of the rooms. Would probably try another hotel next time.

Stayed for couple of nights. Really nice rooms and a great property. Breakfast was very good. Facilities really nice. Didn't use the pool this time but for sure next time. Two hot tubs are nice. Nice grounds with grass trees plants. Will be back again

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good, although some of the meat products for breakfast are of poor quality. Staff are generally good. The room has coffee and tea making facilities but unlike other hotels I have visited, no milk or cream was provided in the rooms, although there is an empty fridge. Staff were quite offhand when we requested milk and suggested that we visited the local supermarket. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes drive from the City Centre. Parking is good.

We only stayed one night but the rooms were good and the facilities equally as good and excellent service from all the staff. The attached sports bar we thought would be a little to busy but it was great once they found us a table in this very busy establishment. We dined like locals with one variety of burger or another with fries and beer whilst watching several live sports on the multiple screens, we had a good time and enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

the hotel is very clean they also have a shuttle service to the airport and pick up. Our flight left to early for the breakfast but one of the staff (her name is Dee) put together a breakfast care package for us, we found all the staff very thoughtful and helpful.

I wasn't sure how this hotel is rated #5 on Tripadvisor, until I noticed that a lot of the '5 star' ratings were made by 'single contribution' travellers (with no noted city of residence) who had attended an event in September. As a traveller from out of town, with 60 contributions, I found this hotel to be very average, if that. Definitely not worthy of the 5th highest rating of hotels in Kelowna. The room and furniture was dated, lighting in the room poor, customer service at the front desk nothing out of the ordinary. Upon check-in, our room was missing the switcher for the television. The breakfast was good and we did have a quiet night's sleep. We stayed only one night, opting to switch hotels for the remaining three nights of our stay - which turned out to be an excellent decision.

We checked in, dirty ash tray on the patio. Okay fine. Then the guys in the room were smoking on their patio with their patio door open which resulted in smoke entering our room thru the vents. Went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a non smoking part and he said that he couldn't guarantee it as smoking is permitted on patios. Okay it's 2019 and a Best Western Plus couldn't guarantee a smoke free environment?! Wow really gave me a bad taste for the name which I usually equated with quality. Promptly left and checked in to the Fairfield Marriott. Breathe easy yay!

The check out staff are as important to the customer as the check in staff. Polite and courteous should be the order of the day. This experience fell far short of that expectation. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!

I love staying at this hotel. It's clean and green. From electric vehicle chargers to giving you extra reward points to hang up your towels on multiple night stays. Breakfast room and breakfast are very good.

Front desk was very accomodating and helpful with my schedule change. I've got a room with jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable and room was clean as usual. Had a good sleep and breakfast. Overall an excellent experience.

Always a rewarding experience, very consistent levels of service and product. This hotel has been my "go to" for eight years while undergoing treatment for cancer. The staff are all compassionate, caring, and a boost to my personal outlook on life.

We enjoyed the breakfast and all the amenities. It was quiet and the rooms well kept. The fitness centre was small but had what we needed. Pool and hot tub were fine. Customer service was a 10! Very helpful in helping us locate atttractions. The location was close enough to the city centre and the highway which allowed us to get everywhere quickly.

Needy seniors were helped without difficulty to find a place to stay at short notice. Staff were excellent. Accomodation was more than adequate. Kitchen facilities were fine. Early morning breakfast was well stocked, clean and comfortable.

The resort we had booked was not as advertised and we refused to stay there. We phoned the Best Western in Kelowna and booked a suite. The suite was clean, well maintained had everything we needed. It was on the first floor with access to the garden. The complementary buffet breakfast was an added bonus. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a relaxing break for us.

Uneatable breakfast, unsafe railing on the 8th floor balcony room, out of date decor and room. Would recommend spending a little more to get a nicer room somewhere else. Was not satisfied with the stay. The staff are very nice but the hotel needs to be updated and served food that isn't of the lowest quality.

Amazing service and quality at Best Western Plus Kelowna! The staff were amazingly helpful and kind throughout my stay. Great lounge and breakfast area. Great location and on the main Harvey Ave strip.

Big, clean rooms and very comfy beds. Nothing fancy, pretty modern. Not the most scenic area as you're off a busy highway in the middle of the city, but we had a pretty good view of the mountains in the distance. Nice big balcony to relax on. Much bigger bathroom than most hotels I stay in. Staff was very friendly and helpful - check in/out was very fast. Great breakfast in the lobby downstairs, there was good hot food plus some fruit and pastries. There's even a little waffle bar! Can get busy but we were always able to find a seat. Lots of good restaurants around (so many within walking distance), plus anything else you need. Walmart and liquor store are less than 5 minute walk away. Hotel restaurant is awesome - best quesadilla I've ever had! Overall great experience, will stay here again next time we're in town.

Efficient and clean Hotel. Great staff. Close to all things Kelowna. Hearty breakfast included in the room price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for the money! Pool with tidy and attractive gardens in the center courtyard. Close to great shopping as well.

Best Western should be glad this hotel exists, because it made up for the horrible Best Westetn the night before in Abbotsford. The staff were truely happy to be working there and always made your needs seem important. The breakfast was amazing.

Wonderful hotel minutes fro everything. The pool was beautiful. An indoor/outdoor experience surrounded by a green courtyard. Great breakfast experience also. When we checked in they gave us a choice of rooms which was sooo nice as there were a few lacrosse teams staying there.

Unreal the nerve of this guy checking us in. I have always been treated well at best western until this time. Clerk was extremely rude and acted like we were trying to rip them off despite being willing to pay

As a loyal best western client i booked this quickly for one night without reading reviews. That was a mistake for $288 dollars for one night not a bargain. Location poor in town but i will say very very quiet on ground floor round a grassy courtyard with door that opened onto patio. Breakfast very average very very crowded. Room large sparsely furnished. Room for four one wineglass one chair for tiny table and the worst lighting i have encountered for years. We are away for at least 3 months a year on trips. There are lots of lovely b and b in kelowna with lakeviews.

I have never been to this hotel before myself but had friends stay here and said was OK! And yes was ok! View was bad! All rooftops and parking and it's in a noisy area right by the main road! It was clean though! Air condition was good as well! Price is really high for what it is though

Hotel staff need more training. I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the housekeeping staff at the Best Western Plus in Kelowna, her name is Thelma. She was unfriendly and rude. As a loyal customer, I was really disappointed with how I'd been treated. Will never stay again.

Stayed at Best Western in Kelowna. Great place to stay, best location for seeing our grand children. wish we could have stayed longer, but work calls. Next trip we will plan on staying longer and enjoy the amenities Best Western has to offer.

This hotel is centrally located to go in every direction in Kelowna, the suites are very spacious and well equipped for your cooking needs. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. You will be happy to eat in the pub, food is yummy with good service.

I've stayed here numerous times. Always a comfortable stay. I prefer the tower rooms which have very quiet ac units versus the courtyard rooms. Great rooms. The courtyard is great for families who want a picnic or area for bocce. The included breakfast is amazing as are the staff. Great place too stay.

We stay regularly at this Best Western and love the staff. Particularly we have had great service from Holly Finney. She has always been friendly at the breakfast but recently experienced her efficiency at the front desk. Very pleasant and always smiling. Always happy to see her on shift when we are there.

Room was clean and they accommodated me on a early checkin . Suite was dated but in good working order , breakfast was good as always very busy in the morning but they kept up making sure everything was full . I'll be back .

Location is excellent for accessing Kelowna. Hotel is very busy, pool and hot tubs usually close to full in the afternoon and evening. Decor is dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Try to stay in the main tower as access to the ‘branches' is awkward and the second floor access elevator is really just a poorly disguised wheelchair platform lift which takes far too long to arrive and use. Complimentary breakfast was fine, coffee good and offered all day.

We went for Cherry picking and stayed one night before heading out for camping as usual and it was very nice hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Perfect for families with children. Breakfast was nice too.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights earlier in the week. We were looking at real estate and thought this might be the best central location to see the area. The staff was friendly, the room was clean other than the balcony which could have used a thorough wash to get rid of spider webs and bird poop. Holly, who worked at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I forgot some clothes in the room and she was nice enough to package them up and send them to me back in Calgary. I received them today which I am very grateful for.

Stayed at this hotel as part of our Canada road trip. Enjoyed spacious bedroom and facilities were good in the room. We enjoyed the breakfast (free) but found seating to be an issue at busy times. Appreciated that there was plenty of parking spaces. The attached bar etc was good - a shame external area was roadside so could be a bit noisey.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite at this hotel from July 4-8, 2019. The hotel is located about halfway between the airport and the lake. Guest amenities include: a free airport shuttle, free buffet breakfast, several recharging ports for electric cars. The hotel also has an onsite spa and a restaurant. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful if you need assistance. I was impressed with the number of suites available at this hotel. Finally there are number of wineries and shopping areas within 20 minutes of this hotel.

It was my aunts 80 birthday so my wife and I decided to drive to Kelowna from Alberta for the day. It was too far to drive back so we booked a room at BW plus. What a great decision the room as usual was terrific . We needed an early check in to freshen up before the party, no problem Isaac a new employee at the front desk helped us get set up with a big smile and great hair lol.Actually he did a great job and got my wife and I on our way. After the party we came back found out we got a 10 percent discount on any food we ordered so went to the pub . Great atmosphere with a sports theme terrific service and the pub menu and food were first rate. Went for a swim in the indoor pool that has big windows that fold up so you are outdoors really with ample room to lounge around . The room was quiet and we came down to a perfectly prepared hot breakfast at 630 .The coffee was perfect. Checkout went smoothly. There are plugins for electric cars outside . We stay in BW pluses whenever possible or premiere but the service and the hotel property here was the best outside of Sooke that we have stayed at congratulations to all of your staff . The breakfast crew was happy and smiling and interactive with us even at the early hour.

Big and clean rooms, with bathsuits, big beds, balcony, quiet, and a big complimentary hot and fresh buffet (you can make your own waffles). A shopping center is 10-15mn away by feet and nice restaurants nearby.

Not satisfied st all with my stay this time,, usually stay here but will most likely find another hotel next time. Staff was not friendly at checkout, requested the room I wanted st time of reservation butvrnded up getting the room I didn't want

My family and I decided to book this hotel even though we'd never stayed at it before. I wish I'd known about it when our son was younger — we first started taking him on road trips when he was six (he's 19 now). This hotel has a large lawn court in the middle of a two-story quadrangle where children can play, and the complimentary hot breakfast buffet is full-featured and delicious. If you drive an EV, there are multiple charge points along the hotel exterior and a large bank of 8 Tesla superchargers on the north side parking lot. Staff are friendly, the room we stayed in was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and—thanks to families with young children—joyful.

Long wine tasting and antiquing weekend, we enjoyed our stay here for sure. Breakfast was filling, staff was courteous and friendly, room was clean, what more could you ask for? Thank you for making it a great stay!

Stayed here for one night only, thankfully. This had to have been the dirtiest BW Plus we've ever stayed at. Pool area and adjacent bathrooms had hair, toilet paper, water everywhere, no pool towels first thing in the morning and two people had to ask to get some brought. Our room smelled like smoke. The breakfast was a solid consistent breakfast like other sites. No other special items offered like other plus hotels. If you can, avoid this location and stay at the west bank BW Plus, which is actually a plus! I brought a friend and been telling her why I'm a BW member and stay at the BW Plus hotels and was embarrassed!

Didn't get the room that we requested. Bath sink was too high for an average person height. Stomping noise from the room above, reported to front desk but no action taken. It was same the next night as well.

Straightforward, clean, good breakfast, easy check in and out, plenty of parking, great breakfast, family and dog friendly. EV and Tesla superchargers on site. Will be happy to stay again. Pleasant staff.

On the entrance/lobby it looks slightly aged. Staff at the reception desk efficient and very pleasant - kudos! Room is very spacious with two separate sections: seating with TV and bedroom with TV as well (perfect for those couples with non-matching TV tastes). There is a decent speed Wi-Fi available in room where you also have an RJ45 ethernet drop. Bathroom: CLEAN! SPOTLESS!!! Looks like it has new amenities. However, the sink is in the hallway which is not really inconvenient, but not really my schtueck! If you are, and you should be, into a wine tourism in Okanagan from here you may go onto the organized WickedWine Tours (talk to the reception desk). Check that out if you're not familiar with wineries in the area (hundreds small and big ones). Location-wise I'd like it to be slightly closer to the lake as from here you need to drive down to the lake-shore. There is plenty of parking available on the hotel's property. Great food is just out of the north entrance (Montana Steakhouse) - very convenient. Down to the point... guess it's enough here

Very expensive considering the location. Room was nice, clean and beds comfy. Room not cleaned after first night. Son in bathroom so asked housekeeping to come back when they knocked and they didn't bother. Hotel super busy and breakfast experience disappointing. Food was good but not cutlery, coffee was empty and no tables. You know the hotel is busy so you need to prepare better. Disappointing for the high price we paid.

Everything you want in a hotel that is home for almost a week: great service, clean, quiet, comfy beds, good breakfast included, good parking, good location close to shopping. A bit far from downtown, but Kelowna is not a huge city.

Check in was smooth and simple then we got to the room and it was large and clean. Beds were comfortable and the keurig machine is a bonus. We were traveling with a dog, so we got a room on the bottom floor with a small patio and grassy area outside the sliding door. This was amazing because we could just step outside with our pup rather than having to find a grassy area elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, location is central for Kelowna, area was nice and quiet, ample parking. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Kelowna!

Great Location, this hotel has a great green space for kids (or adults) to play, we had a baseball team and the kids played football on this space, a BBQ for anyone to use!! the staff can open the windows to open up the pool space. friendly staff.

We stay here every time we make our to Kelowna. After a 5 hour drive we like to know we have a clean spacious place to stay. The rooms are comfy and it close to everything we are looking for. This time I'm concerned . When I arrived to check in there was one front desk clerk checking in about 12 guests. The line was long so I desired to leave and come back later....... to check in to our room which is not inexpensive I may add. I've noticed that they seem to be very understaffed. When I call the front desk I keep getting told to leave a message and they will get back to me as soon as they can. This is Not good enough. I want to be served and have everything available to me that they offer. Step it up you guys. Hire more staff and remember you are in the service industry not the customer disservice industry.

This hotel had poor customer service and no control over the partying that was happening in the hotel. I had to call the front desk three separate times with no results. I was 1/2 hr early for check in and wasn't allowed to check in with a very rude staff member. I will never stay here again!

We stayed one night here with family. The rooms are beautiful. Very modern and clean and quiet. They have balconies with a nice view of a courtyard. We slept very well. We were on the second floor and were told that the only way up was the scariest little elevator youve ever been in. It moved very slow and we had to get out of there quickly because of claustrophobia. Other rooms had a regular elevator, I'm not sure why our floor only had that small claustrophobic one. Service was friendly and helpful and they stored our bikes in a storage room which we appreciated. The hot breakfast was one of the best. Bacon, eggs, fruit, toast, pancakes. The hotel is very big and we got lost on two occasions. There are lots of exits and entrances and a large parking lot.

Absolutely terrible. The manager was getting mad at me for something I didn't do and I definitely don't recommend saying here. They won't let me in the elevator and I won't come and stay here again. I did not like the way a lady on the 2nd floor screamed at me either. Don't stay here. Look at the photos of the parking lot as well and all the litter.

I prebooked a room specially for the ground floor because one of us has impaired vision and walking problems on uneven surfaces. We checked in with my reservation confirmation and were told our room was on the second floor and told ground floor rooms are for guests staying multiple nights. There is no elevator to the second floor just a service lift capacity for oneself. To top it off our room wasn't ready until well after the 4 pm check in time. For a positive note, the breakfast was great! I had called the actual hotel directly to book, not a trip advisor type trivago call. Will never return again

Took my family to Kelowna for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing time! From booking to checking in and out the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were always greeted in the morning. The breakfast was great!! Great selection and the staff made sure everything was always filled. The rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you for accomodating us on our anniversary. They placed us in a great room perfect for my family. We will definitely be coming back. My kids absolutely loved the hotel. They didn't even want to leave the hotel everyday

There was garbage from other people in my bathroom. That's terrible. They were not careful cleaning the Room . Even the sheet was looking like used... And I forgot an Ice Cream on the minibar and I called after few hours asking and they Said they would keep everything for 24h but that there was nothing there .. I'm 100% sure that my Ice Cream was there.. oh well. I didn't like the "crumpled" sheet on the bed and bad customer service when I called. The only good thing was the breakfast, delicious ... But I asked for Ice for my juice and they could not get It for me. Overall, I was not Very happy. Especially because I paid more than $200 for my Room there. Sad. I don't feel like paying to stay there again. Bad experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The facility is clean and modern, and all staff we encountered were friendly as well as professional. Our room was very comfortable, and as a Gold Member, we received a complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi Suite. Heaven! Breakfast was exceptional. Food quality and variety were outstanding, and items were constantly being maintained and restocked.

This hotel has consistently provided above average accommodation and services. The complimentary breakfast offers many choices, both hot & cold. Staff has always been welcoming and outgoing. The facility is immaculately clean 24/7.

Our stay was very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the king size bed was soooo comfortable! I needed two use the business centre and it was easily accessible. The grass was green and the grounds are well manicured too.

There was no bottled water available in rooms. I toled of my sensitivity to chlorine and they suggested the infused water available. The infusion was pieces of orange in the chlorinated water. I was told to buy from a vending machine, the vending machine didn't work! The noise in room from air conditioning was so loud I thought it was from the elevator. The air conditioner fans were just below my window outside.

Stayed in a standard room at the Best Western for one night in April. Nice modern rooms, central location, great views, very quiet in the evenings. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. The hotel seemed to be very busy, pool had upwards of 20 people in it. When we arrived to check in at 4pm our room still wasn't ready, it was ready about 15 minutes later. One is the reasons I chose this hotel because of the attached restaurant. The clerk even recommended it when I checked in with my three kids. It was only when I went to visit the restaurant I was told that there were no minors allowed. We ate at cactus club instead which was fantastic.

Close to all amenities, shopping, and dining. The rooms and hotel was clean, easy access and good parking and an affordable, complete stay. This is a great, clean part of the city and a good location for a group to meet and call home base or simply meeting a friend. Nice to have the craft beer selection in the pub outside the front door.

Our quick break is in Kelowna at this hotel, the location is excellent to our favorite restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and the value is great. We make a point if choosing this hotel over others in the area

Had a 2 queen room reserved as no kings were available. Upon check-in, the manager asked if we'd be OK in a queen suite with full kitchen on the ground floor of the courtyard. He needed a 2 queen room, so we were upgraded for free. The suites are very roomy, updated nicely. Great free breakfasts here, one of the best we've run across. Indoor pool is good size, but quite shallow. 2 outdoor hot tubs were great as well. Had dinner and drinks at the on-site pub which was both convenient and good. Ample parking, especially in the back if you are staying in the suites and not the tower.

I stopped on the way through town as I was too tired to go on. I am glad i did. I got a good meal and a nice rest in the room I booked. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was a bonus. I will stay here again

This location is great with loads of breakfast options and comfortable pet friendly rooms. Great service in the breakfast. I've noticed a trend of inexperienced front desk staff at some locations. The cons of this is they often fail to acknowledge our Diamond Select + status and aren't creative problem solvers. There was a couple of issues at this location (the building being pressure washed noisily in the AM while I tried to sleep, the front desk being “out of loonies” for the laundry and being told I'd have to go to a bank, an item left in the room but making its way to lost and found when I called) that I will be addressing at the corporate level but in general things went well.

I've stayed here many times. Always comfortable. Love the tower rooms with central air and views. The higher the floor the better. Great rooms and personable staff. Extensive included breakfast. Always a great stay.

Horrible service, no one picked up the phone at arrival day to arrange a shuttle to the hotel for 2 hours, multiple messages were left even to the manager and non was returned, rooms were not stocked with enough products and no bathropes were stocked either. The pool showers had no shower gel/shampoos and no hot water

You come to expect a certain level of quality from the Best Western brand, but the Kelowna Best Western Plus goes well beyond that. The room was absolutely perfect, as was the breakfast, check-in and service level. Unlike many hotels, the gym in this one was outstanding with high end equipment and weights. Having a pub just across the driveway that provided excellent food was an added bonus! This is and will always be my hotel in Kelowna.

Nice facility, clean, well kept, excellent breakfast, lots of free parking, central location. Very nice courtyard & swimming pool. Have stayed here often over the past 10+ years. Looking forward to our return in May.

The location of this hotel works out great for us when we go to Kelowna for shopping or just to visit. We find it a relaxing hotel to stay at and the staff are always friendly and helpful . It is easy to find and also easy get in and out of. We usually stay in the Tower for the view of the surrounding city.

A meeting point with family for a birthday celebration and to spend sometime at wineries. Spent the day touring the area with a great evening meal at the Keg. Hotel accommodations were very convenient and comfortable.and convenient.

Overall this hotel is great. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and they always had fee coffee and tea available in the lobby. I didnt get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it did look nice as well.

Have stayed at this hotel for multiple nights on 2 occasions. Although the hotel, lounge and all amenities are very good (location, beds, towels, breakfast, pub selections, etc) and we will definitely stay there again, a couple of things to watch for are; Inattentive Housekeeping - had to call on more than one occasion to have toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) replenished after the room was serviced. The room wasn't "made up" one day and had to call for the room to be serviced in the late afternoon. Check the Final Bill - additional item incorrectly added to final bill and it took some convincing for the check-out staff to remove the item. Had to review all guest room charge receipts to prove the charge wasn't ours.

The hotel was very accommodating to sports groups with children. A nice pool with 2 hot tubs. A great breakfast with lots of choices. Central location surrounded by lots of amenities (restaurants, large shopping mall, Starbucks, Safeway, Subway, Boston Pizza).

This hotel has a wonderful pool, hot tubs, complimentary breakfast, and has many ground floor rooms, or tower rooms. It also has an enclosed courtyard for kids to play. Many rooms have patio doors which open to the courtyard. There are also complementary housecoats available for guests.

I have been using Best Western hotels since the 1980's almost exclusively. The Kelowna site has been an excellent base for my business trips there, usually a week at a time. The amenities are excellent and the location is central to many amenities.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and it always meets our expectations. The staff are all friendly and professional, from the front desk to the room attendants and the breakfast staff. Good selection of rooms at very fair prices. Recommended.

Only stayed for the 1 night. Kelowna was a short stop over between the Rockies and the coast. We were very impressed with this hotel, from the welcoming tea on arrival to the complimentary breakfast the following morning. The room was lovely with great views. Breakfast was really good, especially making your own waffles!

It was a typical Best Western. The rooms were very average but clean. Bathtubs were quite small. The check in process was fast and very friendly. They were knowledgeable and full of information. There was a buffet breakfast included which was a nice bonus. I was disappointed the on- site restaurant didn't allow kids????? That was a really downer. The indoor pool was large... it was a bit intimidating as it had a huge glass wall so anyone and everyone could watch you swim..... so we didn't go in.

This hotel has great airport access, nice lake and mountain views (from the higher floors), and has everything that you need in a hotel. It was within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, and I'd recommend it for business, and even for an economical vacation option, as lakefront properties can be quite expensive in the Okanagan.

Best Western is very clean, great staff, and affordable. Love the extras like the pool, 2 hot tubs, continental breakfast and we love that if you stay 1 night you can park your car and be shuttled to the airport for free. The 97 Street Pub has the best Caesar salad waiting for you. Manager and Staff in the pub are incredible. You will love staying here as they make your stay so relaxing and special.

We only stayed for 1 night at he BW Kelowna but from booking to leaving it was overall really good. We slept well. My son played in the pool (a bit cold so not for long). The staff over the phone were super accommodating offering early check in and late check out at no charge. Note: The breakfast is a really nice spread for a free breakfast however, there aren't many dairy free gluten free options in the breakfast. And the Lounge can not have children. However the staff quickly offered take out or a few other close by options.

Stay in the tower rooms, all very nice, good beds & amenities. Staff very helpful & accommodating. Food in Pub is good, reasonably priced & service is good. Nice to just walk a few feet from the front door to access the Pub.

My 2 night stay was wonderful. Great room. The king size be was very comfortable. The view of the courtyard was lovely. Great Breakfast, loved the T.V. so I could watch the news, also the free newspaper for local news. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A central location in Kelowna, clean comfortable. Great continental breakfast. Pub attached great food and friendly staff. Close to shopping and great location to park and fly. It is all here while you are not at home

Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs. The room service was a pleasant surprise. The room had a view of the city on the balcony. I also found it clean and roomy enough for the four of us. The complimentary breakfast was also not bad. We would definitely stay here again.

This being my first time to visit the City of Kelowna so I problems getting connected with the hotel shuttle. Make sure when you make your reservations that they put your name on the list for shuttle service. Or just take one of the many taxis available. The Hotel was nice modern style. Fast and helpful check in. My room was on the second floor so it was enjoyable to have a new fast elevator, no waiting!Very nice room with office desk and wifi and cable connections. I was very happy with the bed comfort and soft pillows rather than those cheap pillows often found at hotels.

A go to stay whenever I'm in Kelowna. Super friendly and caring staff, clean and maintained property and rooms. Large breakfast area and well stocked. Parking and close to kelowna shopping. Never disappointed.

Not worth the money, the breakfast was terrible! The fruit was old and bruised should have been thrown out and the bacon was awful, it was like dog treats! Rooms average and nothing special. Rates keep going up at this hotel but the quality and service has not!

We stayed in the family Room what an amazing large room very clean quiet....The Breakfast was hot and a large variety to choose from ...Check out was a cluster ...but it all got sorted out and I for sure would stay again ...

Staff were extremely helpful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. At checkin, the front desk immediately resolved an airport shuttle timing issue with complementary taxi service. We left for the airport too early for the included breakfast but were offered a to go option which was quite good.

all i can say is awesome for everything. breakfast is a good option too. i would definitely recommend this hotel. would stay there again as well. only the breakfast staff needs a little smile on their face.

My family was in need of immediate rooms due to a funeral. Staff was very understanding. We were given a larger room for gather, something I wasn't thinking of st the time, but the staff recognized this and accommodated.

We had the unpleasant task of attending to a relatives final stage of life. I phoned to book my room and was given an upgrade to a suite for my family at an amazing price. The man booking was unaware of my situation.

I have stayed at this hotel no less than thirty times and I thought it was outstanding with little room for improvement. The new manager has made changes to the huge breakfast area and the service items, which makes the hotel experience even that much better. My only suggestion is don't skimp on the drinking glasses in the rooms....plastic cups don't cut it for this environmentally conscious hotel and glass is preferable over disposable cups. A small item, but truly the only comment for improvement I would make. You've mastered hospitality and it's very much appreciated for this frequent traveller.

Good price for the quality of hotel in Kelowna. Have stayed here many times for hospital appointments as well as staying for trips to Mexico etc...they have shuttle service to the airport. First time bringing our dog with us and the experience was good.

We were so pleasantly surprised by everything at this hotel. We come to Kelowna often, and the location was great for visiting family who live on the west side (west Kelowna). Lots of shops/restaurants nearby to grab anything we needed. We got a 1 bedroom suite- so a huge main room, pull out bed, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink), bathroom, two seating areas and a tv. Second- closed off bedroom- full bathroom, king bed, tv and seating area. Perfect for us travelling with kids- and they provided us with a full crib and mattress which was set up in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was complimentary- and had so many choices- fresh eggs, bacon, make your own waffles, fruit, pastries, yogurt, juices, coffee etc etc. Large gluten free “menu”- which was surprising- and they accommodated us with gluten free bread for toast. 24/7 they had coffee available fresh in the lobby, a sundry shop to buy snacks, etc There was a small indoor pool with an awesome water slide and hot tub. Staff were all so friendly and helpful- and early one morning (5:30am) when I can down for coffee; one staff member offered this tired mom a banana and some yogurt to tide us over until the breakfast opened at 6:30am. Small courtesies like that sure go a long way :) Can't say enough- they really did make our stay with young children as convenient as possible.

Spent two nights recently to shop Black Friday deals. It's close proximity to the mall and other stores and restaurants made this hotel a great choice. We were offered the tower or courtyard rooms and have now been in both. They are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is better than average.

I stay at the Best Western every time that I come into Kelowna. The rooms are clean and roomie, if their is any issues the staff are quick to fix it. There is a Pool, hot tub and fitness centre for those of you who are more active. I just enjoy sitting in the comfortabl.e room and relaxing

Stayed a few weeks back for a work trip and had an overwhelmingly positive experience! Front desk staff were professional and courteous, rooms were clean, and the staff brought a few requests to the room within 5 minutes of my call. The continental breakfast was hyped up by the staff so I was a little doubtful that it would live up to expectations. But it was excellent, big selection with probably 30+ options. Eggs, meat, fresh waffles, fruit, etc. Staff were cleaning tables and taking plates regularly, nothing but good things to stay. I'll be back for my next trip!

We take mini vacations in Kelowna, it is hotel has great proximity to all the spots we like to go to and shop at. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, nice amenities available. Would recommend this for an affordable stay.

The hotel staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast in the am is thorough and includes a mix of hot and cold breakfast food. The rooms are clean with balconies for most. The rooms are well stocked. They are pet friendly and made it easy for us to bring our pets.

Stayed one night to get to the Kelowna airport early in the morning to drop someone off. Was better than expected with a lovely pool and hot tub area and patio to enjoy the beautiful city view. Close to shops and restaurants. Room decent size with fridge and robes. Complimentary breakfast was above average with many hot items. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Not far from the Kelowna airport, this hotel was better than I expected in terms of service and amenities. The room was clean, comfortable with a balcony and included breakfast. It was a surprisingly good breakfast buffet that included everything from porridge to eggs to waffles. The value received for the rate per night, was a good deal. There was a pool and airport shuttle service available. The Pub next to the hotel had very good food. We had initially asked the front desk staff to order a cab for us as we were going to eat elsewhere, but the cab took longer than the estimated time, so we cancelled it. So happy we ate at the property.

Front desk staff are as capable and friendly as you will ever experience. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Only knocks would be the exterior is getting a bit dated visually and the bed was the only real issue. The bed felt relatively sagged out. stayed in the tower on the 4th floor.

We only stayed here for one night as it was part of a organised tour . But the service from the hotel was first class. It happened to be our 25th wedding anniversary on the night we stayed and the hotel staff really made an effort to ensure our stay was memorable. We even had chocolate dipped strawberries brought to the room. Great room with a Jacuzzi. Breakfast next day was great also. Would definitely come back here again - Thanks to all the staff that made the stay special.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights recently as part of a business trip. The hotel is nice and clean, my room was on the 7th floor of the tower with a nice view, bedding very comfortable. The daily breakfast very satisfying, lots of selection, fresh waffle station, fruit, pastries, eggs, etc. Good coffee. The location is not the most scenic, but there are many big box stores, grocery stores and family restaurants around, within a walking distance. Also took advantage of their free shuttle to the airport, it was great. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Kelowna.

We stayed here for one night on our drive across Canada, and were only here for a few hours. Check-in was easy, although the girl at the desk tried to charge me an additional fee for two of us staying (I guess when I booked using their app I left the default of one guest). This was not an issue at any of the other hotels we stayed at (10 other properties in total on this trip). When I politely said no, I wouldn't be paying an additional fee for my son to stay she waved it. Room was updated and clean with a nice large balcony with a couple chairs on it. The room across the hall had plates/etc from a finished meal sitting outside their door when we arrived around 2pm, and were still there at 7am when we left the next day. The gym was far better equipped than most hotels. Breakfast was also far better than most included breakfasts, and had a good variety. Walking distance to a great variety of restaurants, and there was a mall a short walk down the road. Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced into their courtyard area which looked nicely maintained, and despite having a busy intersection close by, the room was quiet. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Kelowna.

The location of this hotel is not the best - in the middle of car showrooms and offices, but it is an excellent hotel in it's own right with a small swimming pool. Superb room with a good view of the area (tall building). Very clean bathroom, plenty of toiletries. Very comfy bed. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very busy particularly at happy hour - sports bar with 15 tvs; lots of atmosphere if you like that type of bar/restaurant. Very tasty food. Staff throughout the hotel and bar were very helpful.

I have used this Best Western property for going on seven years, while undergoing a prolonged battle with terminal cancer. Staff, services, rooms, and location all make my life just a little more manageable.The staff recognize my wife and I, and treat us like family, with a lot of care and respect. Can't say that I have experienced this with any other chain of hotels. Keep up the great job.

The welcoming reception on arrival was a real pleasure and totally unexpected! Great facilities with good rooms and service. Buffet breakfast was of good quality and adequate. If a light sleeper recommend you don't have a room above Greyhound depot during high season, as you'll be disturbed by reversing buses early hours! Otherwise excellent.

Patrick at the Front Desk made sure our stay was the best possible. We experienced noise issues from a large group of youth playing hockey in the hallway above us. The front desk staff reacted quickly to our concerns (2 hours of uninterrupted noise). Patrick then gave us a new room and personally moved our belongings and offered a snack pack for our troubles. Awesome team effort.

we came back at 4 Pm to an a room that was not cleaned. We had to call the desk for someone to make the beds. There was a bus load for breakfast the first morning and the food was not replenished The hot items were just warm all three mornings

Stayed at this property on Sept 26 for 1 night on our way to Vancouver. The 3 of us shared a room. The room was extremely large and included a minifridge. We had dinner in the lounge. The portions were enormous and the service very fast and friendly. Plenty of items at the breakfast bar in the morning. My hubby said the scrambled eggs and hash browns were cold but they were replenished when I got there and everything was fine. I found the price a little steep ($238 + tax), especially for a Wednesday night in off season, but it was in line with other hotel prices in Kelowna. I would recommend this property.

When ever we travel through Kelowna we stay here. It is a great hotel with great staff and an excellent breakfast. The convenience to highway 97 is a major plus as well. The hotel is across the street from a shopping mall so food etc. are very handy. The staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.

We were forced to stay overnight due to weather problems at the Kelowna airport. The staff was accommodating and got us on the morning shuttle. Decent breakfast came with the room. Better selections than many of the hotels who offer a breakfast bar.

Seems that the hotel has been renovated over the past couple of years. The room was fantastic, came with 2 double beds and the room itself was very clean. It also included a breakfast in the morning. Great location between the airport and downtown with some shopping right in the area.

Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Fantastically comfortable beds. Great breakfast and stellar customer service - Patrick was professional and extremely helpful in getting us to our event in a timely and safe way. We were having many challenges obtaining transportation to our event and not only did he obtain transportation for us, but he saw it through until we were on our way to the event. To us, this was over and above regular customer service.

A decent place to stay but way out of downtown Kelowna and far from any restaurants (for walking). The restaurant attached to this hotel is now closed down; 97th pub fare quite good however.Ground floor room was very big with patio doors and lanai a nice feature, however, there was a lot of noise through the night from plumbing and air systems (older building) making for a poor sleep.

We only stayed one night in this hotel whilst on a tour from Jasper. First time in a Best Western but don't think any other could better it. We had a warm welcome with drinks and cookies ( which were very welcome) when we arrived after a long drive in the coach. The room was lovely, big bed, very comfortable, nice bathroom. Nice view over the town.We ate in the hotels restaurant as we were too tired to go far. The food was excellent, huge portions but very good. We could have had one portion between two if we had known. Breakfast was included and was excellent everything you could want. Would recommend this hotel any day.

We stayed 5 nights in September and had a good stay. It is centrally located and gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a grocery store, Walmart, and a few restaurants near by. The room was clean and breakfast was plentiful. I'd stay here again.

Hotel was on the outskirts of Kelowna, Canada - the reception area and rooms were inviting and clean. The manager came and spoke to our group which was refreshing and they prepared welcome coffee and biscuits - a lovely touch. The breakfast in house was ok and the staff were quick to clear tables.

Great hotel and location. Guest room very comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, shows they care about your comfort and stay at the hotel. Breakfast provided a great selection provided lots of room to you do not feel rushed to finish eating to give up a table.

I stayed here for the weekend while on a wine tour with a couple of girlfriends. Patrick was so very helpful with the planning and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He helped us with our luggage and even delivered bathrobes, slippers and chocolate covered strawberries to our room for us. So sweet. We chose this location for many reasons... I am a BW Rewards member and it has a perfectly central location in Kelowna with easy walking distance to the mall, stores and several restaurants. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection. The rooms are clean and the pool/hot tubs are a plus. Overall I would highly recommend staying here next time you are in Kelowna.

We often stay at the Kelowna BW and have enjoyed the clean rooms and buffet breakfast. Our dog often comes with us and she receives treats and a toy each time she comes from staff. The site is beautiful and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

We came to Kelowna for a wedding and stayed over the weekend at this hotel and it was very nice. We loved the room and service provided. Everything is very clean and new. There's also a nice pool inside with a slide. I would recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

We stayed overnight as my boyfriend had a conference that night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great and the beds make you never want to get up. We would definitely stay here again

A great hotel with good amenities. Located near a number of good wineries such as Mission Hill and Quail's Gate. Also there are several restaurants within a short walking distance. Lots of breakfast options. A pool with an exciting slide. Helpful staff.

The above pretty much covers it. No parking for check in, just spaces for electro-cars to charge. Hair in the bathtub.....super. Although the breakfast is comp'd, the only good thing is the waffles, the rubber eggs and bacon flavoured salt are pretty nasty. Dumped the plate into the trash and went to Tim's instead. Staff was polite, check-in/out was easy, If you don't mind people watching you swim while they eat their breakfast the pool is nice, although the Hot Tub is outside. A bit pricey for shoulder season.

My wife is from Kelowna and after a few trials of other places we always stay here when visiting. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the free breakfast is decent (the coffee is quite good and offers to-go cups as well to bridge over to our first Tim Horton's of the day) and the amenities are good. We have never used it but they offer a bank of Tesla chargers. The staff has always been amazing and the attached bar is a nice place to unwind although when there is live music it is quite loud.

We stayed here for the first time this year, and were thrilled with the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the spacious showers, the lovely balcony, and the comfortable beds! It was absolutely the perfect take-off point to explore some local wineries, and a delight to return to for sitting on the patio with a glass at night! This is definitely our new Kelowna go-to hotel for future visits!

We stayed in the room with a balcony. The rooms were clean, quiet with great space layout offering a work desk and small table. Great size balcony. Best linen I have ever slept in, cosiest beds. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast is average but included. Quick walk to the pub on the property. Nice covered pool and hot tubs, all very clean. Only downsides is not much restaurant choice nearby and the room cards kept losing their minds. For a quick good value trip it hit the spot.

What a brilliant hotel. It used to be private residences and has been converted to an exceptionally high standard with separate sitting rooms and balconies. Close to the town and restaurants with friendly and helpful staff.

Took kids for a quick one-night getaway and was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms are very big, clean, and comfortable and the pool and grounds are lovely. Didn't know until arrival that breakfast was included, which was a very nice breakfast. I always appreciate any property that makes an attempt to go green--well done. Will definitely be back.

We travel to Kelowna for a couple of days each summer. We find this hotel clean and located conveniently for our wanting to be close to Lake Country and still close to Kelowna for shopping and eating out etc. overall it's always been a good experience to stay at this Best western hotel. We would recommend it to anyone. The hotel is relaxed and we like the views from the tower part of the hotel.

The tower is newer and has smaller rooms. If you have smaller children get a room facing the courtyard and the swimming pool. Great breakfast included. Also has a fitness center. Is located within walking distance of a shopping center. Inside rooms away from the main traffic street are quiet.

The quality and item selection of the complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and the bed and bedding were some of the most comfortable we've slept in. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

An expensive hotel for what it is, the room was large and the bed OK. However the structure a bit rickety, for example walking across the room the bath moved. Oh did I mention that the bath was in the bedroom? Most odd...

I have stayed a few times at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites and my stay has always been pleasant. The hotel has good amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, etc), the breakfast choices are good and the beds are comfortable.

On arrival, I thought oh dear , but boy was I wrong Don't be put off by the exterior of the hotel Superb service, very nice room (215) offering two Queen beds, en suite bathroom and full kitchen facilities The hotel itself is located approx 20 mins drive from the Kelowna water front, where there are plenty of large car parks The hotel has a very nice swimming pool The price includes a nice buffet style breakfast Overall I would highly recommended the Kelowna Inn and Suites Another thing that might help persons traveling with dogs, is that I noticed that dogs were welcome

The hotel was clean and the rooms were a nice size and had very comfy beds. The best part for us was the BBQ as we are sick of eating out and was nice to use it in the evening. The outdoor hot tubs were also very nice to sit in at the end of the day. Courtyard view was beautiful and if I ever was back in the area I would probably stay here again because of the view out our balcony. Only problem was that we had our air conditioning break in the night but maintenance brought us a fan which helped. The staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was okay.

Our stay during my trip was at this Best West. Really cant go wrong here. I don't think there's a bad room in the place. Its a modern, classy and trendy hotel. Good parking, and close to walk or drive if theres anything you need. I was impressed at the amount of electric vehicle charging stations located around the building, but never seen a single vehicle parked in the spot that was electric, or hybrid for that matter. We we given a balcony room a few floors up, with a nice view of their well kept court yard, good job there! Made spending time outside on the balcony or out in the yard a nice time. Large reception area, with attached atrium area used for a decent breakfast buffet, above basic, and plenty stocked. Ladies on duty always smiling no matter how busy it was. Attached is a modest pool, which i'm sure is all season in the courtyard, based on closing up the glass green house area for use. It was nice that hot plus 37 degree day to hang out with a nice breeze blowing thru. Hot tubs were in the same sun deck area. Attached across the main entrance was a restaurant and pub I believe, we did not check those out as pretty certain it wasnt kid friendly Small touches throughout the hotel, attached spa,and even a small vending machine to offer pharmacy basics if you're in a bind was a neat idea. The morning of our last stay, there was a fire alarm, now there was no fire, but bells going off everywhere. We did what we needed, grabbed an item or two of ours and proceeded out of the room, at that point, one female staff housekeeper, whose name I didnt catch, seen us coming out of the room, and immediately directed us,and led us, along with others joining in the evacuation, down back stairs, out the pool area and led away in the courtyard, she went above and beyond, someone give her a congrats if we can find out who she was. with fire alarms ringing away, staff tried to maintain calm, while some patrons continued to eat, watching others leave. What is wrong with people? At that point get out. Staff tried I guess. Watching the event unfold, the managers met Kelowna Fire as they arrivied and quickly did a check, finding it to be a false alarm. And thats good. Good job staff for keeping your act together and not panicking. You cant go wrong with this hotel. I know in the past we have talked about staying there, this time we did, I'm glad we did.

We stayed at this property over the August long weekend. This is one of the busiest weekends in the area all year.We had booked the accommodations 3 months earlier during a previous visit. We booked a King size bed room. We received a handicap accessible king size bed room. The shower and other room features were less than we had had previously. It is a great property with a variety of room styles.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel is within easy drive to many places of interest. Costco is no too far away. Breakfast was great - offers variety of choice. It finishes exactly 10am, so you have to be on time. Swimming pool and hot tub were not very busy whichever made it fun for kids.

stayed two nights for pleasure. very busy place with a wide variety of room types. Lots of eatery's close by. Pool is not out door, but the pool does have a retracting wall system that opens to patio area where you can soak up the sun on hot days. Be aware that they may charge various rates for various days of your stay.

We only stayed overnight and I wish we had stayed another night or two. Kelowna itself was a beautiful place and this hotel was of a very good standard. Although not downtown, it was not far to drive in. The hotel was near several out of town shops and restaurants, so there were several places to eat nearby within walkable distance. The hotel itself was well presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the pool and hot tubs and these were good with towels provided. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and attentive staff clearing crockery away quickly. The suite itself was clean and well equipped with balcony's both from the bedroom and lounge area. There was enough space and it was well stocked with toiletries and drinks. I would happily stay here again if visiting Kelowna.

the hotel itself is OK -- clean, comfortable -- but the staff are really outstanding! We had a slight issue with our reservations and the reception staff not only solved our problem they followed up later in the evening with an even better solution! great job Best Western Plus Kelowna -- See you next Cherry season.

I travel a lot and by far the best hotel I stayed in. The breakfast was good the Pub was excellent. Loved the balconies, nice place to st in the evenings with a glass of wine. Well located, near downtown and very close to shopping center.

I booked a room in advance as it was high season. Based on reviews, I thought it would be amazing but I'd say it's average at best, definitely not a 4-5 star and not worth the price. I'd agree that the continental breakfast is pretty great. We were granted a late checkout with ease and a smile but when we returned to our room our cards didn't work so we asked housekeeping to let us in (he did not look happy at all). Our intention wasn't to impede on housekeeping's time or job, had our cards worked we would have been in & out much quicker. I'd stay elsewhere when we return because if I'm spending that kind of money then may as well spend a bit more to receive a true 4-5 star.

Hosted our Annual General Meeting here in June. A wide variety of meeting room, extremely nice guest rooms. Thank you Sarah Hertz for working with us over the months to have a very successful meeting. Very friendly staff at reception, banquets , housekeeping and dining room. We had no complaints from any our our Board members and everything was perfect. Staff extended themselves to more than we asked for.

We stayed two nights, in two different rooms due to my booking and changing plans. This gave us a chance to see two types of rooms. The first room was in the motel part. We had a main floor king room. It was large, had a fridge and patio doors that we could walk out to the pool. We had a bit of trouble at the beginning when the bed wasn't made when we walked in but Patrick the manager took care of us immediately! Excellent service. The walls were a little thin but tolerable. The next night we stayed in a king room in the tower. Wow! Room was much bigger , bathroom is huge, robes for the pool were in both rooms, balcony overlooked the city. Room was much quieter. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen at a Best Western. We are Diamond plus members so we stay at a lot of Best Westerns. The hotel is about 7 minutes to the main beach and downtown but it was the best price and an excellent stay. We will be back!

Located in a e west side of the city, rooms seem to be very nice and clean , balcony is another small facing the golf course. Hot continental breakfast are included with good selection of hot and cold items.

I guess it's easy for a review to be influenced by bad sleep. The mattress had started to sag in the middle. Of the 3 pillows I tried, 2 were lumpy so I didn't sleep well. I like that the pillows were malleable so you could make them the shape you want, but whatever material they were made of had started to clump. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet had a good selection and the food quality was the same as most hotels with breakfast buffets. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi connection speed was good.

This is an excellent property. Beautiful grounds. Spacious dining area with free full breakfast. Fast internet. Large TV in good working order. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Close to a large mall and many restaurants. I've stayed at several Best Westerns and this was easily the best one. Reasonably priced as well.

Great breakfast buffet, with lots of variety. The pool could use a slide for the pool for kids to have fun. Friendly staff, clean hotel, great value. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay. I would stay here again.

You know, these days, more and more, it's harder and harder to find the old school service and value in a hotel. This hotel delivers that. From the easy answer "yes" to a later checkout request to the fast and easy early check in to the full wall of windows overlooking the city to their over delivering on a request for an upper floor room, I was very, very happy with my stay here. So many hotels these days cheap out and cut corners everywhere and you notice. Bit by bit you start to feel a little hospitality, which is their business. Best western delivers .

Its always a pleasure to stay here. I've been coming here once a year for business and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful. I take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is wonderful. There's something for everyone.

Stayed here with the wife and loved the property. The hotel itself was quite modern and I have to say the bed was possibly made from the clouds as it was soft as a dream. Balcony was really relaxing, especially to sip a glass of wine at the end of the evening, would recommend a room on a higher floor as ours was amazing. Location was a drive from downtown but it's perfect if you're driving.
