Best Western Plus Capital Inn

We were visiting with several families for a youth basketball tournament. This hotel was conveniently priced and located for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, nice pool area, free hot breakfast and a great location! Would definitely recommend to others.

This property had a pleasant ambiance in it public areas. Its employees were pleasant, too. My room was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient to the highway and sites in Jefferson City.

Multiple appliances in the room not working. Hotel staff couldn't care less about it when I reported it. They actually joked about it. About the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It wasn't great, but at least it wasn't terrible.

Hottub and pool clean and in working order. Room was very clean although the shower curtain needed replacing. Quiet room. Sofa and chair in room. Pleasant front desk. Quick check in. Requested room close to pool and was accommodated.

Our room was ready and clean. Breakfast was hot, delicious and there were many good choices. The pool and hot tub were both working. The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very nice stay and will definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable bed. The pool ares was very clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfasr area was roomy and had plenty yo choose from to eat. Located close to hwy. 54.

Nice motel right off the freeway. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again. We had a good nights sleep. We had a suite which was nice as we had dinner delieved and we could eat at the couch and chair setup.

My family stayed at this location for a wedding and reception. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable!!! I love that there is a water-fill machine in the lobby for easy access! The breakfast room was a little warm for my liking, but the waffle machine did not disappoint!!

This Best Western was in a good location for us. The front desk staff was very good. The room was clean and spacious, it offered a love seat and a chair, that is always a plus for us! Price was higher than I usually like to pay.

Stayed 2 nights to attend my son's swearing in ceremony. Decent place for a short visit. Not fancy. Area for breakfast is small, but coffee is available all day. Has an indoor pool and hot tub. Close to fast food restaurants and several stores.

Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioner worked well in the guest room. The shower head was awesome and the water pressure was great. Liked the patio space available...we decided to eat breakfast out there as it was cooler than the breakfast room by a long shot. The front desk person on the day we checked in was very helpful, kind, and efficient. Unfortunately, I can not say the same thing about some of the other front desk personnel we dealt with. Both ladies seemed like they didn't want to be there, were annoyed when we asked for assistance, and were borderline rude. Breakfast bar had lots of options and was well stocked. Breakfast bar staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Only downside was the room was so hot that we were all sweating while we had breakfast. The breakfast bar staff said she told the front desk about the problem but it wasn't fixed in the two day we stayed at the hotel.

Friendly, clean, good breakfast…best kept secret in Jefferson City, Missouri. They had a conference being held, but you would never know. The room was big enough for 4 people and had a couch and chair. We will be back and I would totally recommend this place. Front desk was manned by Kameron who was courteous and helpful suggesting local restaurants and making sure that received military/government discount that was not done during internet booking.

Me and my three sisters shared a room with 2 queen beds and there was plenty of room to hang out. There was a couch with a coffee table, an easy chair and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The bathroom was big enough for a couple of people to get ready at the same time. Loved having the fresh filtered water machine in the lobby.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff were all friendly. Location was walking distance to Strikers (bowling, arcade, food) where a family traveling could have a fun evening, except bowling leagues have the bowling lanes Monday-Wednesday so we didn't get to bowl.

I was really impressed with this Best Western, from the location, the staff, the rooms, to the fantastic breakfast! There were scones that morning! The hotel was immaculate (including the stairs!) and the young woman that checked me in was super friendly, which will be remembered! I definitely will stay here again if I am in the area and highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, but I have never offered a review. You will be pleased with the rooms. They are very spacious and the furniture offers a relaxing place to talk or watch TV. The beds are comfortable and the desk offers you plenty of space for doing business on your computer. The room comes equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a vending machine on the 1st floor for snacks and drinks. The breakfast offerings will help you start your day well. There are hot foods, cereal, waffles for you to chose from. The staff is helpful and the wifi works well at this location.

This hotel is always very clean and the work force is very kind. The breakfast is excellent and the front desk is always smiling and helpful. It is a very quiet hotel and always someone staying there that is friendly and visits at breakfast.

In a quirky spot off the highway and a quick turn or you'll miss it. Within a few miles from the Capitol this BW plus is a good place to stay. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Good towels. Desk people were very welcoming.

Super quiet stay. Staff kept us in clean towels and checked on us daily to see it we needed anything. Would recommend this location to family and friends. The breakfast was normal hotel fare. Only ate once.

This hotel caters to those that enjoy a swim. The temperature was a comfy 86F (based on the thermometer we travel with) - just like the Y in our hometown. Clean and well stocked with towels, we were able to enjoy the pool with our children. A nice free breakfast was also welcomed and the room was spacious (enough for our family of 5). Very convenient location and plenty of parking.

Stayed one night passing through town. The hotel was very clean, as was our spacious room with two queen beds and a sofa. Everything was funtional. It was quiet as well. The breakfast had EVERYTHING (but bacon). Enjoyed eating biscuits and gravy for a change, as well as scrambled eggs, shredded hashbrowns, sausage patties and juice. (There was also waffles, brand name cereal, yogurt, and breads.) I would stay here again if visiting.

Will was incredibly helpful in making my stay comfortable. He went out of his way to see that my room was hospitable. When the television wouldn't work right he immediately got me a knew room personally making sure everything worked. Great friendly service from Will.

Our stay at Best Western Plus in Jefferson City would have to be probably the best experience my wife and I have ever had. The location is good, the room was exceptionally nice and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was by far the best we have ever experienced, fresh, hot, and full at all times. The pool and hot tub were clean. We will defiantly stay again at Best Western Plus Capital Inn.

Very pleased with hotel accommodations. It was clean, quiet, many amenities in hotel (pool for kids, complimentary breakfast, wifi and laundry). The room was more spacious than I expected. We had a small seating area, the bathroom was sparkling clean and the decor was current.

We arrived after 3 and left at 8am so a very short stay. But, the front desk attendent was very friendly and efficient. Hotel, room, pool area were all clean. We used a corporate rate and it was a very large King room with a double sofa pull out. Refrigerator was cold which was great. While the shower head looked like it was from the 80's, it had great pressure which is all i care about. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast had lots of options, entrees were hot/cold as needed (no lukewarm). Make your own waffes were good with lots of toppings, ceareal choices, biscuits/gravy, hashbrowns, eggs (with toppings available), sausage. I'm never overly impressed by included breakfast buffet, but it feeds the belly and gets the job done. They do need to offer lids for coffee as I could not take a coffee to go:( Breakfast attendant was helpful and available - bonus!

Close to major highway, gas station near by. Facilities and room very clean. No exterior sound problems. Breakfast has lots of options. TV worked ok, clarity of picture could be a bit better. Overall a very nice stay.

We were there for less than 3 and1/2hours . They sent us to the 2nd floor after I was guaranteed a first floor handicapped room . The manager was not apologetic she just yelled and said take it or leave it. She said it was right next to the elevator. Lied! It was halfway down the hall. My handicapped daughter had an appointment with a Dr there so we didn't have time to find someplace else to stay. As soon as we returned to the hotel my daughter and grand daughter went to the pool. After about 30-40 minutes they returned to the room and both of them were hysterical. The pool had turned my granddaughter's hair green. I said I will take care of it. Again I went down to the manager I said look at what the pool did to her hair. I said they are too upset and everything about this stay has been messed up , so please give me my money back so we can leave she said you can leave but you are not getting a refund. I said we didn't get our room, the room you gave us was not the room you said you were giving us . She said tuff , you might as well leave because you are not getting any money back. I pleaded with her while my daughter and granddaughter stood there crying. I then told her the only reason I was staying was because her appointment was too late in the day for me to drive home before dark, because I have cataracts and cannot see well after dark . She told me too bad She is not giving me a dime. She had been yelling at me the entire time Finally I couldn't take any more of here abuse so I responded by telling her in a loud voice that if anything happens to my daughter or granddaughter she and Best Western will be held accountable She just smirked and walked away.

The stay was great. Quiet and clean. The breakfast has the most amazing waffle maker. The waffles turn out crispy on the outside, but soft inside. They are most delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Good location and very clean rooms and grounds. Safe area. Good clean breakfast area. Good quality food. Plenty of room in dining room. Internet was strong and dependable. The only problem was we had a hard time with the remote for the TV, but the room had a 42" set.

This hotel was very nice. Big room for the price and quiet. No shady characters hanging around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean rooms and facilities and breakfast was great. Hot and fresh. A step above what you think for Best Western.

Used to have the best manager (Mary). But no longer. Several guests had to walk into the hotel through a cloud of marijuana smoke as the employees (2 females) were smoking weed right next to the door. One guest even had to wait inside at the front desk to check in while the employees finished smoking marijuana. This USED to be the place a LOT of government agencies stayed but not with employees like this. Now I know the business will get on here and dispute this so go look at the cameras.

Stayed overnight, room was VERY VERY CLEAN and SPOTLESS! A very big Must have...... Breakfast WAS good and hot! Lots to choose from Friendly folks Only issue bed felt lopsided or possibly broke. Told them at checkout. Was going to look in to it

The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The front desk very friendly. Breakfast was decent. The place was quiet at night as well. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment about that.

This was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the city. Just a few miles out of the city, but we'll worth it. Breakfast was great for a get up and go. The hotel layout was great. I would use the Bestwestern Plus everytime if they were all this good.

This location is experiencing some problems under new management. Reservations and confirmation numbers are no guarantee for a room. On one occasion I had the room booked for 3 nights. On the first night the electricity went out and I had to move my belongings in the dark. The staff offered no help...not even a flashlight. The next day I had to leave my meeting because hotel called saying that they were overbooked and I needed to leave. This was because the staff did not know how to read the reservation, and made a mistake. Another time two colleagues were asked to "step aside so we can help others" when their confirmation numbers were ignored because room numbers had not been assigned to them. Others in line behind them ended up with rooms, but they had to find another location to stay.

I thought I was going to be in a nicer motel as this was listed as a BW Plus. I have stayed at lot nicer BW for about 1/3 less money. The staff member I talked to about the TV cutting in and out told me it was the weather, I saw no weather in the area. No staff at the desk the next morning. I think is motel was over priced for it's condition. Landscape was in poor maintenance.

This is a hotel is very nice and well kept. They have a small indoor pool and hot tub that looked inviting. The staff very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast items were refilled constantly. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant to work with and quickly helped us when needed. The breakfast was very good. All of the food actually tasted like real food! Eggs, sausage, potatoes were all very good. Most hotels you have to pretend the food is real food! LOL

It was clean, quiet and family friendly. When we got there it was late and there was no rooms available anywhere else due to something going on in town. Me and my family got right in and we're treated with so much kindness and respect! Thank you so much!

The hotel had a great breakfast, great coffee and adequate breakfast area. Rooms were clean with a small couch and chair in each room to easily visit with family. The location was easy to get to and easy to access where we needed to go.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over 11 years. The team there has continued to demonstrate that they care for their customers over the years by taking care of every need. Even when trips were cut short for personal reasons, they understood and didn't penalize you for things out of your control.

Needed a room for one night close to the hospital where are mother was. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was satisfying. Room very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at the establishment.

Great area choice for clean comfortable rooms. Excellent full breakfast options. Fitness center is well equipped and maintained. Did not use pool area but is really nice as well. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

We really enjoyed this hotel- It was centrally located and convenient to most locations. The pool and hot tub were in good shape and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good and so was the dining area.

Check in was quick. The room we were given had a malfunctioning toilet. Contacted desk staff who said they would send someone. Called 15 min later to say maintenance gone for weekend and would have to change rooms. Other room not as nice. A little smaller and darker. Overall everything else was great.

Nice property, quiet location, on south end of town. We had a King suite - very large room. Hotel sits back from the highway - quietest rooms on east end. Hot breakfast which is much appreciated during Covid. There are fast food options - Burger King and Culvers are nearby.

You might not think of a Best Western as a place to stay with high end features, but I recently stayed here for a conference and was very pleased with the nicely made bed, the spa like soaps and shampoo, and the room's decor. We had a simple but hot breakfast, and fresh-made waffles were available.

Totally great experience. Friendly staff, clean accommodations and great continental breakfast. Stayed two nights while on a weekend getaway and would be happy to return! The room was clean and spacious with ice cold air conditioning. Very complete breakfast with hot and cold food alike.

The elevator is pretty slow and the walls are thin. And for some reason I didn't get a receipt for my stay the day of check out. But for the price, this hotel is a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

Arriving early evening I noticed the floor/room above me was extremely loud. Upon mentioning the noise to the front desk several times I was reassured the situation was handled. All throughout the night till 12:37 a.m. the room above was loud and the staff was not able to manage the complaint effectively. As for cleanliness, hair (obviously not mine ) was found in shower and on bed. Shower head was broken but this seemed minor compared to the cleanliness and excessive noise.

This hotel included a lot of unexpected perks for the price. The included breakfast is expansive and delicious. Clean, well-appointed rooms. You can tell the management takes pride in this hotel! Would definitely stay here again.

Price was excellent and worth it. Breakfast was aweso.e and the kiddos lived swimming in the very clean pool. We will definitely use best western plus in the future for all our family vacations. Satisfied is an understatement

Easy and efficient check in. Room was very clean and smelled good. Comfortable bed. A few easy food options near by such as Las Palmas Mexican which was authentic and tasty. Super easy check out. Felt safe and comfortable.

The place was wonderful and so were the people working. Had some trouble with some other guests who wouldn't leave my friend and I alone but the front desk was on top of the situation and took care of it.

The location is always my go to whan in the Jefferson City area. It is always clean, friendky staff, great variety for breakfast and the price is right. Right off the hwy so getting around the area is quick & easy.

This Best Western is really among the best. Great front end staff. The breakfast crew was also excellent. We are always happy to return and be greeted as friends rather than just travelers passing through.

I went here on the recommendation of a family member and based on reviews it sounded like it was a good bet. I was disillusioned of this upon entering. The halls had crumbs scattered everywhere - like children were eating muffins on every floor and spilling everywhere. The elevator was dirty, just very unclean, and again - food on the floor. The room felt cleanish, but I was underwhelmed with the state of everything. I didn't feel like the room had been really sanitized / cleaned - there was dust and smears on everything. I figured we would make it work. The next morning I awoke before my family and went to the breakfast area. I asked about gluten free items (as indicated on the sign) and was ignored. The woman working there took that moment to yell at the other customers in the room about closing the breakfast serving dishes (which is fair, and people should shut those). I grabbed a yogurt, banana, and coffee and went to my room. I woke my teen up, who started to get ready. She said... "mom, there's weird bugs on the walls." I walked over and it was COCKROACHES on the walls! *shudder* I went to grab my phone/camera and was able to get evidence of them as they slipped into the crack of the door (which adjoins two rooms). We were supposed to stay another day. We packed up and left right then. To be absolutely fair - management was SUPER NICE and accommodating. They cancelled my remaining night and refunded my money. I would still not ever stay here again, even with the nice management. I did have fruit skins (banana and orange peels) in the trash, which I'm sure is what drew the roaches to my room. But super gross. It should not have had to be something I worried about to begin with.

Took a trip to Jefferson City recently for a dart tournament. The check in was quick and painless and I was pleased to hear from the front desk that the pool, fitness center and hot tub were all operational. They have a great looking business center as well, but I did not have to use that. The room was a single king and it had plenty of room! There was a loveseat and chair in the room as well. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom and shower were also spacious and clean. Overall, great trip and a hotel I would definitely recommend.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. All of the common areas were clean and welcoming. I used the pool, the fitness room and the on-sight laundry. It was all in working order. The breakfast area was always clean and well stocked. The food variety was excellent and it was always at the correct temps. The breakfast staff always greeted me and smiled. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me and strove to ensure my needs were met.

I chose this hotel for my family because the front desk clerk Mya took the time to answer my questions. I simply asked "what sets your hotel apart from the other hotels"? She had an answer when other hotels did not. Mya was very welcoming and informative. Mary was nice and cheerful too. Nicky who works in the dining area was very kind and patient. They offer a hot breakfast and the swimming pool is open. My family will definitely stay again because of the unwavering hospitality form the staff.

Late night traveling with my husband and daughter and we were determined to try a new hotel chain after a few failed experiences on our road trip - so glad we chose the Best western Plus! Prices were comparable to others in the area but place was super clean and staff was super friendly - i would definitely stay at another Best Western.

Beat business lodging in Jefferson City Mo. Very proficient staff who accommodate the needs of business traveler very well. I was offered my bonus points without hesitation and given clear instruction about property amenities.

We were in town for a funeral. The hotel was clean and the rooms were large. They allowed us to have a block of rooms and a very reasonable bereavement rate was offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed our group to use the breakfast area to gather. It was a very good stay.

Hotel and room were clean. Room extremely spacious - king bed, sofa, easy chair, desk and chair, large cabinet with ice, fridge, micro etc holding up TV. Ice machine working nearby. Breakfast normal (which I liked!) with made-to-order waffles (two machines), eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, toast, joice - all clean, fresh, regularly restocked. Automatic checkout (pretty typical these days). Couldn't ask for more. Didn't use the pool, but a few people were in there. Rarely travel to this location, so return is unlikely, but would happily do so.

It was a flawless stay at this hotel with a lot of amenties. Real breakfast, nice hot tub and pool. It would be nice to have smart tvs for using apps such as netflix in addition to cable tv. Of course the apps would not be a cost to the hotel.

We had a great time. The kids has a blast in the pool and spa. As did myself. The pool was actually really warm and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean. We all had a nice experience. The breakfast was great.

When a family member was urgently hospitalized in Jefferson City, I needed to find a place to stay what I thought would be for one night. I checked out a few other places but this Best Western seemed to a good choice--and it truly was. I found the hotel to be clean, well decorated, room was large and comfortable with a mini-suite feeling. Beyond that, the staff was incredible helpful for any requests I made. I ended up extending night by night for a total of 6 nights as I I was able to go back and forth to the hospital. I could have changed to another hotel during that time but the hotel and the staff kept me back every night. Definitely would be back here if I am ever in Jefferson City!

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price, the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The staff was courteous, attentive, and informative. Breakfast was fresh and the variety awesome. I looked for anything that would be a con and the only thing I could find was the internet was occasionally slow. Even though there was very few places within walking distance, we would stay here again.

Our double Queen room was very spacious, even with a sofa and chairs. Bathroom vanity had plenty of space . My husband even remarked how simply yet tastefully decorated the room was. Beds were comfy and most importantly, the room seemed very clean!

Mia at the front desk was magnificent...even helped with maps, extra towels, directions, etc. They should give her a raise!! Room was really nice, but neighbors were a bit noisy in the middle of the night and Jefferson City is beautiful but nearly impossible to find your way around

Easy to find, checkin was friendly and efficient, room comfortable, clean and lots of space to relax. Breakfast was great including a wide range of choices and clean, well presented breakfast room with nice staff. Included indoor pool, exercise equipment, hot tub, and everything you would expect from this hotel chain. Overall great stay.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast definitely hit the spot. They had a wide variety of things to choose from. They aren't far from any of the things we had planned.

The outside of the hotel is very modern. It didn't stand out in the location, but was pleasant and you didn't have to guess where to enter. Once inside, the reception area was well laid out and clean, check in was pleasant and straight to the point. None of that frivolous questions where you have to juggle everything and check in and answer questions. I enjoyed that. My stay was pleasant. The room had everything I needed and the internet was fast enough it didn't buffer for any movie that I watched on my laptop. Check out was just as speedy and I was able to leave quite quickly after answering a few questions. I would recommend

The hotel was clean and updated. Breakfast was your typical continental hotel breakfast. The evening of our 2nd day, when we asked for more washcloths, the staff informed us that they were out of clean washcloths and there would be more in the morning. When asking front desk staff for more the following morning at 8:30am, we were told that there weren't any because housekeeping wasn't in yet. Knowing that the hotel is full, why couldn't the night staff do some laundry? We didn't have time to wait for housekeeping to do laundry before we had to shower to leave. The beds were arched so your head and feet were lower than your midsection making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The room was large enough for me to really spread out. The hot tub was fantastic after a long drive. But, the washer did not work, and I really needed to do laundry. I told them early in the morning, and by 7 pm it still was not fixed. It only needed the coin box to be emptied. Very wonderful AC.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful after having a bad experience at a different hotel the night before. The breakfast was delicious, try the biscuits and gravy, you won't be disappointed. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. We had a great experience.

Absolutely the best property in Jefferson City for business travelers, and over the last 20-25 years, I've stayed at just about every hotel in town. The staff exemplifies and lives up to the expertise and high expectations of the hotel manager.

Everything was just fine excpet for the blood on the side of the toilet, rather than complain, I just cleaned it myself. The breakfast was great, the hostess was super friendly, the pool was great, the hot tub was a perfect remperature. All was great.

Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, easy to get to. Breakfast is very good as well. I go to this place 4 times a year for a business meeting, always very helpful in getting room set up and coffee for our meetings.

I have stayed here many times for work and during bad weather. BW hotels have always given me a great service and a good nights sleep. Internet and breakfast work well and good. I have never had any problems at the BW in Jefferson city.

Very clean hotel, rooms are big. They have a great hot breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly. The hotel is minutes away from the Capitol building, down town Jefferson City, and Caipitol Mall. There are several fast-food restaurants less than 2 minutes away and other eateries within 10-15 minutes away. Wal-Mart, Target, and Walgreens are less than 10 minutes away..

Best Choice for a Jeff City stay! The staff go above and beyond in every instance. Travel to the area a few times a year and do not stay anywhere else! The breakfast is superior with expanded choices.

Best Western Plus Capital Inn is the absolute best place to stay in the Jefferson City MO area! I stay ther if at all possible. I have had to stay at other motels and none of them compare! They have an indoor pool, continetal breakfast and amazing staff.

We were only in town for one night for a wrestling tournament, but we were treated like royalty. Fantastic service, a huge room and a very tasty continental breakfast made it well worth the price. If you have a choice about where you can stay in Jefferson City, I highly recommend spending your money here.

This is a convenient location, excellent price, clean, indoor pool & hottub, with a pleasant and professional staff. I'm impressed with the "rebranding" of Best Western and their improved level of accommodations and service. Their breakfast definitely outweighs many other major chains. Beds are comfortable but not a fan of the pillows.

We have many choices in Jefferson City for lodging, but we always stay at Best Western because of the excellent customer service and clean and comfortable accomodations. It is safe and quiet. The breakfast offerings are excellent too and you cannot beat the warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. What a treafternoon. What a treat!

Every hotel guest has things that are important to them. The trick is to hit gold on the greatest majority of them. You will never please everyone. I tried BW on a whim as I'm not a fan of the Hilton brand here in Jeff City. I travel a lot and this hotel (It's not a motel as many have referred to it) has become my new favorite in this area and opened up my mind to finding BW branded facilities wherever I may lay my head. Well, with the exception of in my hometown because my wife might think I was up to something. What many don't realize is just how many different aspects of a hotel need to be considered in determining its' target audience. The items that were thought through at this location nailed my preferences. I can't name them all, but I'm big on clean surfaces. A non-fabric work chair is brilliant, a wrap for a sanitized remote genius, (guess what the #1 bacteria filled surface is in a guest room. The remote.) the design of the bed coverings being protected from touching human skin while you are sleeping is wonderful, and thank goodness for a hotel chain that still uses trash liners in the cans. How disgusting is it to just throw trash in a can that now has to be washed after every guest. Not quite the environmental savings that some thought it out to be. I also appreciate the upgraded touches in the decor that makes the room feel warmer. The frame around the mirror and decor surrounding the restroom light fixture give an upgraded feel. The couch and chair fabric that is smooth and doesn't hold germs and bacteria as easily is well thought out. Okay, enough rambling now as I can go on and on. As a former Corporate Director of Housekeeping for a major resort hotel chain, I was very pleased with almost everything that I encountered. I parked in a clean parking lot, walked through clean glass entry doors, stepped onto a clean tiled lobby floor, was greeted by genuinely kind and pleasant front desk staff at a counter that was clean and organized, I then made my way to a clean elevator with clean doors and clean elevator buttons in and out (the 2nd most germ filled surface in a hotel), walked past an extremely clean and inviting pool deck and swimming area, exited the elevator to walk down a vacuumed and debris free hallway to my clean guest room door with a handle that I wasn't afraid to touch, and stepped into a wide open, well cared for guest room that was laid out exactly as it should be to give the feeling of space and cleanliness, there was an uncluttered corner to set up my luggage rack and lay out my suitcase as well as the iron and board to press my shirts (I stink at packing and have to iron my first night), and an unheard of amenity was the guest controllable exhaust fan in the restroom and the thoughtfulness that went into the choosing of bath amenities with the science of aromatherapy. BW has really thought this through in my opinion. I would have never considered this chain as my go-to chain. So what would I have done differently? Again, you can't please everyone completely. An upgraded TV with HD capabilities is a must for me. I work from 7am - 7pm and work from my laptop in the room at night. Watching TV while working is a must for me, especially when there is a Chiefs game on! I also travel with a cooler because I don't leave time for myself to dine out, so I need a freezer compartment. There is room for a slightly larger fridge unit with a separate freezer compartment for my ice packs. Lastly, it would have been nice to know that there would be a man climbing a ladder outside my window early in the morning while I was getting dressed following my shower. I can't imagine the shock that this poor young man must have had as I emerged from the restroom in my skivvies while he was climbing past my window. In summation, thank you BW and ownership of this location for creating a small piece of heaven in JC and a new favorite chain.

The hotel is so good it fills up quickly. The staff is very good and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I always try and stay here when traveling through the area. Best to call for reservations.

On a trip to Columbia, MO. for a football game, we spent two nights here and enjoyed both. Our only complaint was that we would have preferred the King bed to be closer to the door, instead of right beside the air conditioner. We dealt with that, though, and everything else was fine. The light over the bathroom mirror did not work when we checked in but due to the time, the maintenance man was already off but it was promptly fixed the next morning. The room was clean and they have a very good breakfast buffet that we took full advantage of both mornings. The pool is indoors and there is a separate hot tub so bring you swim gear and enjoy -- no need to bring your own towels, there was a plentiful supply at the pool. There are also tables in the pool area and just outside. There are computers in the lobby for your use and a fitness room. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are a number of places to eat only a short distance away. If you are in the Jefferson City area, and need to stop for the night, you cannot go wrong here.

We picked this Best Western based on other reviews from Tripadvisor and AAA. Good choice. The hotel is undergoing a facelift/remodeling on the interior. It didn't get in the way of our stay. Clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable beds in spacious room. Slept well which was most important to us. Will stay here again if we come to Jefferson City again. It's located two miles from downtown but worth it with plenty of food choices near the hotel.

Whether a family get together or business this establishment offers great accommodations for small groups. It was perfect for our 20+ business group. The sleeping rooms were very nice and conducive to a good night of sleep.

I'm always the type to look at reviews on hotels (on many different sites too) before I decide on where to stay. Cleanliness, and appearance, along with breakfast always come into play each time. I was really impressed with the size of the room, the archway that separated the love seat/chair area and the comfiness of the bed. The decor was nice and the bathroom roomy enough to handle two people in it at the same time. I really didn't notice any loudness (and we were on the 2nd floor). The breakfast had options galore and the coffee was HOT. Overall a very nice place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. And the staff was friendly too.

We checked in late at night after a long trip and found that one of the beds was tilted downward toward the headboard. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. The room was very hot you arrival but the thermostat was in Celsius and very confusing.

While on business, I stated at this property. My family came with me, the guest rooms were very spacious and clean. All amenities worked perfectly, very nice pool, workout center and breakfast area. Hotel is going through some reconstruction, due to a recent tornado, but overall very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus hotel. The room was very large with a king bed, couch and chair. Also had microwave, refrigerator, desk and a huge bathroom. The only part that I didn't care for was the dead bolt didn't lock and when I called to report it they didn't offer to move me to another room. So I moved the chair over in front of the door.

This is a very comfortable hotel. While they are recovering from the recent tornado, almost all rooms are open. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has many selections to satisfy different tastes.

We passed by here yesterday and it did not seem to be open. Due to a tornado, all the windows along the back of the hotel were blown out and some damage was done to the exterior. It didn't look like it was open - just had work trucks on the parking lot. I have stayed here multiple times, and when it is open, it is the best option for accommodations in Jefferson city.

Attended a wonderful retirement function for a family member in Jefferson City. Our retirement for the evening was just as wonderful thanks to the Best Western Plus. They charged me way to many times as a result of there employee none new how to fix the mistakes they did so they all said oh well the next person will fix it well it was never fixed and they have now taken triple the amount they should of out of my account. The food was way over cooked or undercooked depending on what you wanted to eat. The server did not care he would say oh well eat something else. So I would go for something else and it would be all runny. So fail on the food side and the front desk the employees just dont care and it is very noticeable. As the wifi was down for hours and my kid was stabbed in the foot with something metal in the pool and then again the front desk just told me oh well.

Mary is an excellent manager and provides exceptional customer service. Always kind, efficient and willing to do anything to make the visit great. She has trained her staff to be the same. Hot breakfast - free - tons of choices - all good. Hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Rooms are updated with brand new furniture and linens. Very comfortable and upgraded.

In my opinion, this is the nicest hotel in town! Nice parking-free, ample and well-lit. All hotel staff have always been very warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and I think have been recently remodeled. Comfy beds and nicely working HEAT/AC unit. It's also quiet, so you should be able to sleep well. I enjoy the free, full breakfast and good coffee! Great job. I think they try really hard and it shows. :)

On average, I stay at this hotel one night per month. This is a good place stay. There is minimal noise in the rooms. It is in a quite area of town. It's close to downtown, quaint downtown shopping and places to eat.

No issues, manager was GREAT, ladies that helped me were fantastic, delish coffee during my FREE breakfast. Room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and loved the little couch, 2 beds, big bathroom, and clean fresh toiletries scent.

I arrived early due to anticipated weather issues and Jay was sweet enough to let me check in so I did not have to cart all my belongings to training. Cat always had a smile on her face and heloed me with copies O needed. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

The indoor pool is the best hotel pool I've encountered. It was warm in January with snow on the ground. How many hotels with indoor pools can boast that? I was very pleasantly surprised and wanted to stay another night but my business took me elsewhere.

This is our preferred hotel when going to stay for appointments in Columbia. When you walk into the room it is huge and so inviting. All staff are great. Housekeeping gets an A+. Breakfast was awesome. Love the heated pool and hot tub. Can't wait till June to stay again.

And, the front desk called to let us know we accidentally left items in our room, asking if we needed them mailed to us... This hotel sold me on Best Westerns! Not only was it very clean, the rooms very well laid out (two women getting ready at the same time), and had a great hot continental breakfast, but the staff was friendly and helpful, as well!

I typically stay in Jefferson City 1-2 times /yr. Was tired of tired, worn out hotels near capital. Was surprised by stay at BW Plus. Hotel was comparable to higher end hotels in other cities where I have paid a lot more. Regular king size room would be considered a deluxe suite at other hotels. Modern, clean. Fast Internet allowed me to download/upload GBs of data for work. Parking lot and area seemed safer than hotel parking lots near capital. Clean and well stocked breakfast area with good coffee. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Would maybe stay again. The windows don't open - why do hotels do this? Not actually "convenient" - any outings, including groceries and restaurants, require driving since there are no sidewalks and hotel is just off the freeway. Might as well be 10 miles from J City as 2. If visiting J City, look into hotel more central to things - worth a few extra bucks. This is more of a good place to sleep when you are on the road. Bed, cleanliness, staff etc. were all very good.

Clean spacious rooms. Highway side is noisy but not terrible. The turn off to go to the hotel can be tricky but the entryway is better. Also has a fast food restaurant nearby if you don't want to have to drive.

Heard that BW in JC had made some positive changes and wanted to give it another try. The new manager, Mary, is exactly what was needed here! She has brought this place back to excellence! Felt so professional and nice! They've updated carpet and decor thru out and planning to update room furniture soon. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good, rooms are a very generous size. Best of all, they treat each guest like family. Warm cookies at night to greet you back to the hotel. Room is clean, good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Will be back!

All the staff were friendly and professional. Check in / out was easy and convenient. The entire place was spotless. This is one of the Best Western Plus hotels we have stayed in. The lobby, room, eating area and pool were all extremely neat and clean! The hotel staff was very accommodating. There is a Burger King across the parking lot. The hotel has plenty of parking and is within 2 miles of the Capitol.

We absolutely love this hotel. We stay here when we come into town. Very clean and the hotel staff are top notch. The breakfast is changed up every day so you don't eat the same stuff every day. The staff is so nice and helped you with everything you need. I've ordered stuff on Amazon and had it delivered to the hotel and when we arrived my box was already in my room. This is a top notch hotel and would recommend it to anybody traveling through Jefferson City Missouri.

This was a great place to stay overnight or longer. Very clean, nice room, indoor swimming pool was very refreshing after long drive. Staff was wonderful and breakfast had good choices hot as well as cold. Coffee could not have been better to start off the day. Great choice for families as well as couples.

We used BW Plus Capital Inn's laundry room twice & found it clean. TheThe beds & pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights & enjoyed every one of them. The front desk individuals greeted us each time we came through. Adam who seemed to be there each time we were in the lobby had GREAT customer service! There was a woman (did not get her name) that was very friendly & helpful! We will make this Best Western Plus our go to hotel when visiting family in Jefferson City!

Have stayed here several times for meetings in Jefferson City. Easy drive to business center of city. Staff has been very accommodating to meet our group's needs. Easy on/off to Highway 54. Close to several restaurants.

I am a high school choir director, and for the last two years I have stayed at this hotel with my students on the night before State Music Festival in Columbia. The rooms are a bit pricier than we usually try to get, but the hotel is super clean, the staff members are all friendly, and the breakfast is quite good. Plus, the business office has helped us out by setting up a direct bill with my school, providing us a convenient way to pay. I have tried this at other hotels, and it has not always been so easy or convenient. Because of our relationship with this Best Western, I stayed here again while I was in Jefferson City for Missouri Choral Directors Association last week. Again, I found the staff to be helpful and the rooms to be good. The only complaint I have is minor. The pillows on the beds are smaller than I am used to, so I sometimes have to get used to them for 20-30 minutes before I can fall asleep. It is a little out of the way also - a few minutes' drive from downtown - but I don't consider this a demerit.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western Hotel. Very clean, attractively decorated, with a very nice indoor pool and fitness center. Staff was exceptional with outstanding customer service. Once inside, this hotel does not feel like a budget hotel. I was also impressed with the breakfast. There was a wise assortment of food for everyone!

Clean room at a good price. The lady at the front desk was a kick as well. With lots of food allergies in the family, I really appreciated that the breakfast included instant oatmeal. It seems like a simple thing to have, but many hotels have no gluten and dairy free options.

I stayed here after having reserved another facility and cancelling because it did not include everything I needed in one place. This hotel had a full breakfast buffet with lots of choices, clean and comfortable room, fitness room with several machines along with weights and balls, and a pool and jacuzzi. I found the breakfast to be very good--lots of choices to enjoy even on a low carb eating plan. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom looked brand new and included a generous sized tub and big counter space along with a very workable hair dryer. I would recommend this spot, and would certainly stay here again.

Easy check-in, decent beds, good shower (but very soft water), comfy bed. Breakfast was above average for hotel free breakfasts. We booked and paid through Expedia, but hotel charged us a second time. Could not resolve this at the hotel with staff on duty, but the "manager is going to look at it tomorrow."

We stay at this Motel quite a bit when we are in Jeff City this is a very quaint nice place it's usually very quiet great breakfast very good value when you get up in the morning they have tons of hot meal things to eat for breakfast room was nice very clean people working there very courteous

We stayed here for two nights. The first morning we took the "do not disturb" sign off the door and then told 2 different maids in the hall that we were out of room # 216 and they could clean it now. However, when we came back that evening the room had not been cleaned. The night clerk brought some clean towels, but of course could not clean it. Then the next morning, before checkout time, with the do not disturb sign out, and we'd not checked out, a maid opened the door to come clean when we were still in there getting dressed! She may have tried to knock but it was so quiet I thought she was across the hall. So, upon checking out, when I told the desk clerk about these frustrations, she did not seem overly sympathetic and offered no concession or discount. My other concern is that they are still using the old colored bedspreads. These are disturbing to me and I always immediately remove them from the beds. Otherwise the hotel looked relatively new and clean.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Jefferson City. It is very clean, the rooms are nice and very updated. It is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep here. Also, breakfast is very good/good coffee. No complaints at all!

Our room had beautiful decor but didn't feel very clean. Sleep was interrupted all night long by two things. (1) the squeaking bed - if you even moved slightly, the bed squeaked. Could not sit down, roll over or even adjust your pillow without the bed squeaking, squeaking, squeaking. (2) There was a loud "chime" sound every time the frig cycled off. A college group were on our floor and made all kinds of noise going in and out of their rooms, loosing their room key, etc. I would give this hotel a "poor" rating but did not because the front desk were exceptionally friendly and kind. Plus the breakfast buffet was good - it even had hash brown casserole! The front desk staff were amazing - just wish our room was a wonderful as they were!

I always stay here when I come into town for work. I keep coming back because I have never been disappointed and this trip was no different. The rooms and bathrooms are always exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are always very nice and helpful. And the breakfast is great every time! We stayed a week here with Teen Pact Leadership school. They were wonderful hosts, provided a varied breakfast, and make extra cookies for an evening snack. The pool and exercise room was a plus. I was able to use the business center computers for some work that came up. We will definitely stay here again!

The arrangements for this hotel were made by someone other than myself. I had expected economy, but had not expected the rooms to be so spacious and comfortable. I will be happy to stay here again, as we probably will as it is so convenient to our event.

Clean room, bed is so comfortable, AC is accurate, staff courteous and friendly. Ran of ink in the business center printer and resolved it in minutes. They are so accommodating for this teen conference. We have stayed in this location four years and counting. They are just fabulous.

This was my first time staying with this hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the computer desk was very convenient. If you're needing to use the internet, the wi-fi can be slow. If you bring an Ethernet cable, it's much faster. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and delivery to the hotel is very easy. The hotel breakfast offered many choices of hot and cold items. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great staff! Clean rooms! I have no complaints at all! I felt the stall really cared about having me there. The breakfast was hot and good with eggs sausage biscuits gravy etc. Also the pool and hot tub area was neat and clean.

Hotel stay was excellent. The room was clean and had be recently remodeled i believe. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in shower was excellent. The only real negatives that are minor would be to move bed away from a/c-heat unit as it is a little loud until it gets to preset temperature and i would get room on east side away from the highway. I would definitely stay again.The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection that was fresh and hot.

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was almost luxurious! The little things you wouldnt think about were included, like a makeup wipe and separate towel for cleansing makeup off. I called last minute for a late night check in for my elderly parents who were on their way back from Kansas City via The Amtrak. Their train arrived 3 hours late due to an unscheduled repair. I called the hotel directly and I received the warmest welcome from the attending concierge. She was very professional and very accommodating. My parents reported that their room was just beautiful and that the breakfast was amazing. My mom really liked the Biscuits and Gravy! I've been to two weddings recently in the Jefferson City area that have both chosen this Best Western Plus for their recommended hotel, and I can see why! It's not just conveniently located (I enjoy being close to a Perkin's) but the staff is very sweet and interested in your journey and the amenities are lovely. There's plenty of fresh breakfast options, a great pool, and comfortable rooms with a variety of TV channels. The internet works fine but I wish it could handle downloads a little faster -- saving an hour-long podcast took about ten minutes.

I had a last minute trip scheduled. It was my first time at Best Western Jefferson City. The experience was Grey. Nice clean room and pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet was inviting and the food was fresh.

Over all a good hotel. We came in for a wedding and they were able to get us all in the same area. Food was hot. Staff was nice and willing to help when we needed it. Things to note room 228 has a weird fan noise, if you get hungry at late night there is a BK with in walking distance, and make sure you try out the blue berry scones. They are great with a little honey and butter.

This is the first time that I've ever been disappointed with Best Western here in Jefferson City. It's usually my first choice when I have to travel. This time I went to put the bath mat towel (that is folded and hanging on the end of the tub) down before I got in the shower and found that it was literally soaking wet! It was my first night and I had not even turned the water on. It's like the maid didn't pick it up from the last person who stayed in the room and just refolded it and put it back on the edge of the tub. It was kind of gross thinking about touching someone else's wet bath mat. I was very disappointed about this. Then I was woken up at 5:45 AM by the person in the room above me stomping around for 20 minutes. I guess that's not really Best Western's fault, but it's still annoying when you're still trying to sleep. Normally I have a very great experience here, but this time was far from great. I may have to try Candlewood Suites next time I'm in town.

We were at the hotel for several days in a row and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options each morning! We have eaten at several free hotel breakfast buffets, but none have compared to this with made from scratch casseroles, at least three different style of delicious potatoes, fresh fruit each morning, freshly baked breakfast sweets, and awesome sandwiches. To top it all off...on point customer service by Chase and Chelle in the breakfast room who always welcomed us with a smile and were very willing to educate us on the ingredients on any of the great options they had made that morning. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The entire staff made us feel very welcomed and they obviously love their jobs!

The bed was a bit harder than I prefer but there was at least 6 pillows per bed. Huge pillow fan and always have to ask for more so I liked that. Hotel was clean, free breakfast. Easy access in and out. I would recommend making it where you can close the black out curtains my room was very bright during the night due to all the outside light and only being able to close the sheer.

Mary at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Property was older but mostly well maintained with a few exceptions showing wear and tear. Very hot water in shower which is unusual for hotels these days. Fast foods nearby on access roads, McD, Sonic, Subway, all usual cheap eats.P66 gas next door. Good location to explore Jeff. Despite being near the freeway, it was quiet and we slept well.

We come to Jeff City a couple times a year to visit family and we usually stay at another hotel that is about $30/40 less per night. This time we decided to upgrade and try the Best Western Plus. It was worth the extra money, it's only around 10 years old, and just enough of an upgrade to be worth the difference. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Our 2 queen room was nice with a sofa, chair, fridge and microwave. And the shower/tub was actually usable, with the tub bottom being wide and flat and the water pressure very good!!

This hotel is extremely quiet. You could a pin drop in the hallways. My room was large with a king bed. I had a love seat and an easy chair in the room. The bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast was good witb scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage. There was cereal and rolls. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is about 3 miles from the Capitol.

The room reeked of some kind of fragrance. It made my eyes itch for hours after we checked out and it hindered me from sleeping well. The room was immaculate so I don't know why clean isn't good enough. There are many people who do not like and can't tolerate fragrances.

We stayed here for our niece's wedding. The location is very easy to find, easy on, easy off. It would be especially easy location for anyone traveling to Lake of the Ozarks. Their rooms are quite nice. Staff is all friendly. Indoor pool appeared nice and workout facilities are nice. We have been travelling to Branson Mo from our home in Colchester, IL We usually pass through Jefferson City but chose to leave in the evening and drive half way to Branson. Really disappointed in this hotel have stayed there many many times in the past. Currently under new management who want to make sure they get every dime and nickle out of the place. Replaced the thermostat in every room with an "eco friendly" version It only works if the door is ajar and movement in the room. In Missouri, the summers are VERY hot. Takes hours for a room to cool down. Miserable - had to either leave door open all night or be hot.

The BW Capital Inn is a moderately priced hotel with little ambiance but fine lodging. The staff was pleasant, the room comfortable, and the price fair. The only negative is that it's a bit of a drive to do any of the "main" activities in town. But, if you need a room in Jeff, it's a perfectly fine option.

What a lovely hotel! My room had a long bed, couch and chair. Just perfect for an evening of working that I needed. The entire evening I didn't hear any other guests. The bed was lovely. First impressions...we were so impressed with service of the little gal at the front desk the night we checked in very late (black hair/red tips). She was helpful, fast and very friendly. Our bed was amazing..firm, but not hard, the kind you can melt into but not have a warped back in the morning. Everything has a newer feel to it, very clean, easy access to the highway. Hot tub was great after long day. And 5 words people--biscuits and gravy with sausage. Very happy over all, and very suprised. Our first time to a Best Western. Our ONLY complaint, the in room internet service didn't work for us. But that wasn't a big deal as we got there late anyway. Thank you, we will be back!

I always enjoy my stay here. The breakfast is good and eating area is neat and clean. My room was comfortable and had good pillows and several of them. The room is a good size. I was impressed because i have did not have a good experience years ago. I really like the updated version.

The motel is clean, and the lady who checked us in was very helpful, making a concerted effort to give me directions to local shopping. The inn seems to pinch penny a little too much. They charge for shower caps and do not provide ketchup packets. Instead guests have to ask to use the bottle kept in the kitchen. In addition, the in-room wireless is slow.

Over the 4th of July, my family and I went to work at Jefferson City. We stayed here and the first night my husband said that one bed was broken. The next morning he told the front desk and they said they would replace it. Well when we got in from working at about 11pm the bed was still broken and my in-laws were wasn't cleaned that day. When confronted at the end of our stay, the general manager said she would give us 10% off our bill. When we got the bill. She had only given us $8 off the entire bill. A three night stay and only $8 off is not 10%. After we talked to corporate, I guess corporate called the Best Western because the general manager called us back and said we told lies about her (which we didn't) and that she didn't want to book any rooms with us anymore. That's fine, we don't want to stay there anyway.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years, we always pay for 2 to 3 rooms for several days. We have always had great service and the lady that used to work the front desk was always exceptionally nice and helpful. Our son and his family had one of the rooms and after working long hours, he had to sleep on a bed that was broke, my husband told them about it..and they admitted they knew bed was broke and said they were going to fix it after we checked out never offering another room or fixing it during our stay instead at checkout she offered to give 10 percent off which would have been closed to $30 but when we looked at the receipt it was under $10 then she offered 500 points instead of the rest of the money. I called the corporate office and complained they gave us more points but said they could not make the Best Western in Jefferson City Mo. do anything, meanwhile we had reservations at the same hotel for a later date and I got a call saying they did not want us to come back and cancelled our other reservations, unbelievable when it was all their fault.

We greatly enjoyed our night at the Best Western Plus Capital Inn. We arrived at 9:30pm on a Wed. evening. I was disappointed that they did not save us any of the cookies that I had read about in the reviews. I had hoped they would save a few for us since we had reservations. The hotel was well decorated and was very quiet. Room was spacious and clean. Loved that the TV remote was in a little bag titled fresh remote. In the bathroom there was a weird banging noise coming from the vent(it was off) throughout the stay. We could only hear while in the bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good. The cinamon rolls were a nice surprise. Location was right off the highway and an easy drive to tour the Penitentiary and Capital. Would stay here again,

This stay was okay. I was disappointed with the small pillows and not having a hair dryer in the room. When I called the front desk they were unable to bring one to the room. The breakfast was good and the overall hotel was nice. The room was nicely furnished (with the above aforementioned issues).

Starting off our weekend by being disappointed by not receiving the rooms request over a month earlier because they were occupied did not help my mood for the weekend. I see no reason these rooms could not have been reserved as promised!

We didn't think a Best Western could be this nice. Our room had high ceilings, lovely décor. The breakfast was terrific and Mary who took care of the area owned it. She was making sure everyone was taken care of. When we had a problem with the toilet they took care of it in five minutes. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to relax, unwind, close to Central Dairy. You can visit the Capitol, the old prison, and some fine eating places. Easy on and off access. Great roads to take a motorcycle trip all within the area.

we have stayed at best westerns before but this was the nicest by far. we booked a double queen room and to our surprise it also had a small seating area with a sofa and chair including a small desk area. 3 adults had room to spread and relax. the beds were comfortable and the whole room was very clean. the breakfast area was clean and the food good check in and check out were fast and the staff was friendly. we came down for the penitentiary ghost tour and it was only 8 minutes away from the hotel. will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to nitpick about at this BW motel. The staff, the breakfast room & items were very good, and the rooms were very nice and roomy. The grounds are very attractive. The motel is next door to a Burger King and close to other fast places to catch a meal.

The pool area is great for the parents while the kids swim. Staff is always exceptional and very accommodating. Kelsey and her counterpart are great to work with for group blocks, great level of response and communication back and forth. They are one of the reasons we continue to use this hotel each year. I was in Jefferson City for a conference. My three night stay could not have been any more comfortable. The beds were like heaven, wish I could have taken the pillows and mattress topper home with me. Staff very friendly and overall a great place to stay.

Bedding could use a little freshening up. Pool was closed and we were not notified prior to stay. Still a good alternative when visiting Jefferson City. Breakfast was about what you would expect. When I needed to talk to front desk clerk, I had to retrieve her from the smoking area in front.

Stopped here while my daughter was in town for a softball tournament. It was nice and the rooms were great! Would definitely stay here again. Food within walking distance or just up the road there are some other choices.

I stayed overnight for a health care meeting. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms were comfortable. I am a bit picky about hotel rooms and I was not disappointed! I think the best thing that I saw in the room was that the remote had been sanitized, so important!

Checked in for a quick overnight stay to attend a Veterans Day event. Check in was quick and easy by a very friendly front desk staff. We were given a room on the third floor near the elevator. The floor was very quiet and convenient access to the elevator. The room was a king and it was very spacious, with a sitting area. The room was very clean and set up very well. We were missing an iron, but a quick visit to the front desk solved that almost immediately. Would certainly stay at this property next time we are in Jefferson City!

We stayed at the Best Western in Jefferson City, Missouri upon a recommendation of a friend. We decided to try it even though there were hotels closer to our meeting venue. The hotel was clean, comfortable and friendly. Great Breakfast! We would definitely stay there again.

Have now stayed at this Best Western Plus on two different occasions. On my first visit my reservation was made by someone in the group which I was traveling with. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Best Western chain in general since I usually look for a hotel class slightly higher so I took at look at Trip Advisor to see what people say. The Best Western Plus in Jefferson City is ranked the highest of all hotels and for good reason. The hotel was very clean, conveniently located about 3 minutes from the capital area, and the staff was great. The rooms are simple but great! During my first trip my room felt new, clean and was very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. On my recent return visit, I was met with the same friendly and helpful staff, but when I walked into my room I immediately noticed a smokey smell combined with a chemical smell. The front desk staff quickly gave me another room and explained the carpets were just cleaned in the other room, (maybe following a guest that couldn't abide by the no smoking rule), so I don't feel this was fault of the hotel or its staff, but the room may require an even deeper cleaning. The new room was perfect! I have already booked another stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Jeff City!

We stay at this hotel often when we visit relatives in the area. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is the best. There is a nice pool and hot tub. A full breakfast meal is provided. We wouldn't consider another hotel in this area for the price and value.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the place was clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. There was always coffee available 24/7, and I felt safe here, too. They were very accommodating during my time of crisis, while my husband was in the ICU.

Stayed here while attending a training for work. Very clean. The rooms are large and the bed is fairly comfortable. Breakfast which is included was good and filled a person up. The staff was personable and did a great job.

We stayed two nights at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson City, MO. We were traveling from 10 hours away by car, and the hotel was extremely easy to find. It had a convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and the downtown capital area. The only issue we experienced during our stay was connection to the high-speed wireless internet, but the front desk staff resolved the issue quickly through a call to the help desk. The problem was fixed within five minutes of our call. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it appeared to have more variety than other hotels of this class. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

I visited the Capital with a friend and we stayed here.The hotel is clean and the pool/spa area is spacious and nice. Free hot breakfast was great and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Hope to stay there again on my next visit to Jefferson City!

I go to Jefferson City often for business I love staying at Best Western they treat me like family. They call me by first name when they greet me and are always friendly. There are always warm cookies at check in. Breakfast is always fresh. Mary rocks.

I stayed here for work last week and was very impressed. The staff was very friendly especially Elisha at the front desk & Mary in the dining room. They had a great free breakfast with tons of options that was open for 4 hours and then had the most delicious chocolate chip cookies available in the evenings for the guests. No joke I gained a bit last week! The room was clean and I never had any issues. Only suggestion is to have more of the black makeup towels available. I think those are genius but I never saw one again after my first night there so I just used the pretty white ones... sorry :/

From what has been voted “America's Most Beautiful Small Town” our expectations from its highest rated hotel on Tripadvisor were perhaps overly elevated. This is a comfortable, convenient and good value stay – as are the majority of the Best Western brand. But it falls short of being very good. The good: Large, clean and comfortable standard king room which was also reasonably quiet – as long as you ignore the air-conditioning. Easily accessed from highway 54 about 2.5 miles from the city centre. There's plenty of parking, the front desk was polite and helpful, almost everything was there and it mostly worked as expected. The included wifi worked OK on all our devices – although it does require you to persistently login. Breakfast is included. The not so good: there is no in-room safe – you need to go to the front desk for that. Breakfast is satisfactory – it will get you started but it's not something to look forward to and don't arrive even slightly late on weekends because the choice pickings will be gone and are not replenished. The room, indeed the entire hotel, décor is inoffensive but getting to be a bit old hat. More than once we had a problem with our room access cards but are not sure whether this was a technical or management problem.

This hotel was clean, the free breakfast was good and the staff was great! Before checking out we discovered that our car battery was dead. Went inside to check out and ask for help and without hesitation Diane who was the Best Western employee behind the counter volunteered to help us with out hesitation! Many Thanks to Diane. We've stayed here at least the past 3 years and will definitely continue. The staff go above and beyond. I needed an extra blanket, had called and was coming down to get it, the front desk staff ended up meeting me at the elevator. I had to take my husband breakfast to the room as he was sick, one of the ladies in the breakfast room found me a tray to carry the plate on and even poured us both orange juice for me to take back. I've always enjoyed this hotel, but after our most recent stay, was impressed beyond belief.

This was a good location and nice clean hotel. I will not hesitate to stay here again. It was easy to navigate from this hotel to shopping, downtown, everywhere I needed to go. There is a Burger King next door so if you need a quick bite and don't want to go far you can go there. You can always order food from several places and they will deliver to the hotel.

We were in town for a wedding and just needed a place to stay for the night. We were surprised at how nice this little hotel just outside of Jefferson City is! Very close to downtown restaurants and State Capitol. The hot breakfast was more than satisfying! And the area was very clean and well kept! No spills anywhere...that is a big turn off for me when eating at one of those. We were so pleased we already made another reservation for an upcoming event that we decided to spend the night rather than the two hour drive back home.

Stayed for the 1st time at this BW in Jeff City, which put me 1 hour drive from Sedalia for the MO state fair. Often stay at Best Westerns, but don't necessarily watch for BW Plus. I will now! The room was clean, bed & linens very comfortable, indoor pool was refreshing. Their "PLUS" items -- $1 vending machine choices, extensive breakfast choices, Grab 'N Go breakfast bags ready at front desk for guests who didn't have time to sit down & eat, iced lemon water & tea bags available 24 hrs a day, very friendly & professional staff. Won't hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit the area.

There is no better place to stay in Jefferson City. I am in Jefferson City for business about 10 or more times a year and I always stay here. Mary is the night time Clerk and she is just wonderful. And if your lucky Michael will cook up one of his special the day you are there.

This was my first stay at a Best Western Plus hotel. The building was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was large and quiet. The location was perfect. It was in a location that was only a couple minutes drive from the main attractions of the city, yet it had a country setting.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bath was a nice size. Excellent water pressure and the shower head did not hit mine. (I am tall) Loved that! Staff very attentive but not overboard. Reception was the best! She was funny, efficient, not too chatty, but got her official business done in a fun way without being sappy.

This appeared to be a relatively new hotel. Everything was fresh and clean. This hotel had the best overall staff that I've seen in a very long time. Every staff member spoke to us as we passed them including housekeeping. The girl at registration was very friendly and went out of her way in recommending places to eat. She had a very pleasing personality. Breakfast was very good with a wide array of offerings. The lady working in the breakfast room was so pleasant and friendly too. Her supervisor came in to talk to her about something and he was very kind and respectful to her. Wonderfully trained staff in every position! I highly recommend this hotel!

We are asked to stay at either Capital Plaza or Best Western. Everyone who gets to stay at Best Western just loves it and won't go back to Capital Plaza. The rooms are cleaner, as is the hotel. It smells fresh. They give you chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. They are so welcoming and quickly learn your name if you are there very often, which I have never had happen at any other hotel. I felt like Norm on "Cheers"! Wonderful rooms with micro, fridge, coffee maker and tv with comfortable bed and sitting/work areas. For the price an absolutely fantastic hotel and I don't like to stay anywhere else. The only reason I would not stay on pleasure is that I have pets and if we travel, they generally go with us.

After spending a weekend helping a family member move to Jefferson City, we were looking for a quiet place to get some rest. This hotel was very clean and our room and bathroom was spacious. The only downside was a less than stellar breakfast and a crowded elevator each time we used it.

This hotel was a great experience. Excellent indoor pool was perfect for some play time for the kids while I relaxed in the hot tub. Rooms were nice, clean, and big. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The bathrooms were nice too. We enjoyed the very nice breakfast in the morning before checking out. If I ever find myself in Jefferson City again, this is where I intend to stay.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus in Jefferson City, Mo. after taking my granddaughter to visit the Capitol building and some of the other attractions in Jefferson City. This hotel was the highlight of her trip. The staff was helpful and friendly, our 2 bed queen room was spacious and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been too. The pool area was clean and well appointed. The free breakfast was huge, with eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, waffles, breads, fruit cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juices and anything else you could want for breakfast. This hotel is also close and convenient to all the attractions. I will definitely stay here again when in Jefferson City.

BW tend to be pretty formulaic and this is no exception. They are clean comfortable rooms that a quite well appointed. Value is also OK. The only thing that really should change is the truly shocking use of disposable crockery and cutlery for the included breakfast. How is that environmentally responsible?

Spacious room with plenty of room to relax! - chair - love seat - nice, bid desk & chair - Flatscreen TV - microwave - mini coffee maker - mini fridge - hotel dryer - closet - 4 lamps - business center - pool Bathroom was very clean. Wish I had taken a picture. The chrome fixtures were shiny & spotless. Shower curtain was clean. Can't say enough good about this room! We recently sold our house here and I believe we've found our home away from home for when we come to visit friends and family!

Fitness Center is small and in needs some upgrades. Pool and hot tub were not as clean as expected. The rest of the hotel was very clean and well furnished.

This is my favorite place to stay in the area. On the map, it looks like it may be out of the way but it is actually convenient to get everywhere. It is always clean and well cared for. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process is quick and smooth. I've stayed here for years and never had a problem with the breakfast, but it is actually one of the better "free" hotel breakfasts that I've had. The staff that works breakfast is extremely pleasant and helpful, too. It's a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I've stayed in some other hotels and always come back to this one. The rooms are huge and very clean. The bed sleeps well, and very little sound from the hallway can be heard inside the room.

Nice hotel - I would recommend it. We originally booked at a different hotel, and was greeted with such a rude demeanor and was given a much higher quote than what was quoted over the phone. We then check two additional hotels for availability and cleanliness. This hotel was pricier, but it was new and worth it. During our stay, there was a family reunion taking place at the hotel. The party room was right off the main lobby, and was always crowded and full of kids from the party.

The hotel was nice and clean with a nice location off the interstate. The room was comfortable and spacious and clean. The staff was nice even though we were later than we were expecting. The hotel also has nice amenities.

I'm a picky person, this place was very clean. It met my expectations! The tub and sink were deep and accommodating for my height (6'5). The buffet breakfast was also nice. I would highly recommend this place it will defiantly be my go to when in that area.

This was au unplanned visit just to see what the capital of the great start of Missouri was like. I a Best Western on a maps program and I'm glad I did. I just dropped in with no reservation and was greeted by a very nice lady at the desk. She holed me up with a very nice room quickly. The room was spacious with plenty of working space and leisure space as well. Although not in the down town area it is very to get to where every you need to get to in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area whether its for business or pleasure.

The night staff was awesome! They went out of their way to help, guide and care for us. Ratings would have been a 10 except for the morning housekeeper who kept excessively banging on our door at 9 AM on the dot. Then when we got a late start at 11am, no one came back to service our room.

Professionally run facility with great staff who are empowered to make things right for the hotel's guests. I inadvertently booked Friday night when I only needed Saturday night. They initially charged my card, but when I showed up on Saturday they reversed the charge for my previous reservation, then put me in a very nice room with chair/love seat lounge area and king bed. The room was perfectly prepared with a large clean and comfortable bathroom. Lots of small touches throughout the hotel attest to their attention to detail. Next door to a Burger King with a Culver's and McDonalds nearby and a bowling alley behind the hotel, but otherwise not much in the way of nearby amenities, though downtown is not far away. This hotel had the absolute best wifi (paid or otherwise) I've ever experienced in a hotel. Was able to stream a baseball game on my iPad with no drops at all. Very fast, very reliable and very free! Should add, I drive an electric car and the hotel was happy to allow me to use one of the 120v outlets on the lamp posts in the parking lot. I noticed they have solar on the roof, seems that management could attract an additional clientele by adding a Tesla and a J1772 charger with dedicated parking spots, particularly since there are so few charging options now in Jeff. City.

My wife and I was in Jefferson City on business and stayed overnight here. It was very nice to have coffee when I get up The breakfast was delicious. I enjoy having biscuits and gravy. It is so nice to have to have a good breakfast and have it convenient right in the motel. The accomodations can't be any better at any other accommodation.

I have stayed here multiple times for work and I have always had a great experience. The room is very nice and spacious with a couch and chair. The breakfast is also pretty good for a continental breakfast. This is one of my top picks for Jefferson City.

Our family was quite comfortable with our two-night stay. The pool, hot tub & fitness center were adequate. Rooms were lovely. Once we figured out the highway system, i.e. avoid going south on frontage road that winds around, to access 179, all was well. We'll stay again for next extended family gathering.

I've had to travel to Jefferson City about a dozen times in the last year for business and have stayed in several hotels. I stayed in this one earlier this week and so far, this one is the best for the money. Clean, pleasant, well-appointed. The room was far and above nicer than the "other" places. No doubt, I WILL BE BACK.

We were in town for a couple of days and stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was bigger than I expected. The lady at the front desk was friendly and warm. The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast with some cold items. I'm pretty picky about hotel rooms and I would stay here again.

Having never been to Jefferson City before I was lost as to where to stay and convenience to downtown. This hotel is approximately 2 miles past capital but a straight shot downtown on Highway 54. Check in only took a couple of minutes and the room was exactly what I was looking for. It was roomy with a fridge, microwave and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is close to multiple restaurants and near gas station. Very close to highway but it was quiet with no traffic noise. The pool and hot tub were nice. Welcome after a long day. Breakfast was good. Very clean dining area and plenty of food. Staff was wonderful. Everyone from check in to housekeeping to dining and departure staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in. You won't regret it.

I was looking for a hotel that was fairly priced, with a hot tub and warm breakfast. This place absolutely delivered and I would totally stay here again. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hot tub was nothing fancy, but large enough that it fit a handful of adults without feeling crowded. Breakfast was great - waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, plus lots of cold and drink options. The staff was friendly and there wasn't much need to interact outside of checking in and out. I was very satisfied with this stay!

The staff was friendly and provided warm cookies at check-in, although they did not furnish the usual complimentary water for reward members. Our room was large and clean with nice furniture and a sitting area with large TV. The bath was also large with granite countertops. Towels were plentiful, but very hard. Make-up remover pads were provided along with a black towel with "Makeup" embroidered on it - nice touch! Tissue and toilet paper were one-ply, so I had to use twice as much anyway! The bed was comfy with ample pillows. Although we did not partake, the indoor pool/spa area was large and clean. The Breakfast Room was clean and pretty. The attendant kept it spotless and made a great egg/sausage/cheese English muffin. They also served sausage gravy biscuits and eggs and sausage - too much sausage for a bacon lover. The rest of the items were staple - waffles, cereal, yogurt , assorted breads and packaged blueberry muffins. We had a nice stay and would highly recommend.

Very nice, very clean, excellent breakfast. Room had king size bed with a great sitting area, Very friendly staff. When in the area we will be back. I'm not sure why the review must have 200 characters minimum so I'll just keep typing.

My sister, daughter, nieces, and I came to Jefferson City for a weekend of looking into our family history and to tour the historic Missouri State Penitentiary. We loved the tour! It was a lot of walking but a lot of fun. We found the church where our great grandparents were married in 1901. The Best Western Plus made a great base camp.

This hotel is by far the best hotel in Jefferson City. I stayed at this hotel for buisness for over a year and now I am using it for pleasure when I visit my granddaughter in college at Mizzou. I love this hotel so much that I stay here and drive to Columbia versus a hotel in Columbia. It is extremely well maintained and the service is excellent! I highly recommend it for your stay whether it is business or pleasure!

Clean, friendly and everything was very comfortable. One of the few places I have stayed where I have had no complaints and was totally relaxed. The bed was great with an assortment of pillows, large room with chair and sofa and plenty of room for my suitcase and business cases. The ladies at the breakfast room were like going to grandma's house and so was the food.

This is the third BW we've stayed at on this trip and it has been a pleasure. Rooms for around $100. all rooms are suites. The place is clean and the staff take pride in their hotel. They were also very friendly and helpful. Great place.

The double queen rooms are very roomy. The desk was located on the opposite side of the room from the couch/chair area which made it nice if you had work to do, you could while the others could visit and relax. Bathroom had a large counter and mirror area that allowed multiple people to get ready at once. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very professional and friendly. Very easy access off the highway with a large parking lot. Would stay there again.

What a nice surprise this hot l was! We only came through Jeff City for one night and expected a place to simply lay our heads and rest during our road trip. Our surprise came immediately upon walking in the door, the facility is extremely well taken care of, very very clean. The room was quite large and did I mention clean? The bed was quite comfy and the bath was large and clean also. Don't know if we will be back to Jefferson City, but if we do... No doubt we will stay here! We were pulling a car hauler, , parking lot was very spacious and very well lit so that gave us a peace of mind as well. Oh, one more note... The included breakfast was awesome!!! Waffle bar, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juices, fresh coffee and fruit. A great way to start the day!

I was in town for a week and this facility was excellent. The room was a single King and was very spacious. Wifi service was fast and reliable. The service was responsive and professional. I did not use the pool but noticed families enjoying it. It was very convenient to the Capitol area and I would definitely stay there again.

I hate for the word to get out because it seems like it is getting harder to book a room at this hotel. But I am compelled to recommend this one as the Best. Their name does not lie. The Best Western Plus is a great place to stay. Make sure you get up and enjoy the breakfast.

Great hotel and great staff. The previous reviews were on point and the hotel did not disappoint. the staff was very friendly from the check in receptionist to the cleaning staff. Everyone has smile on their faces.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, nice pool-hot tub area with towels down there (added bonus). Not within walking distance to Capital but 3 miles away. I am only wrinting this part because I need more characters - the Checkered cab company they referred sucked - bad attitutude and driver smelled like Ake deodorant spray can exploded on him.

I love this hotel. It is the only hotel I want to stay at in Jefferson City. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfy, the breakfast is hot and ready. What more could you ask for?

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis during meetings. I am always very satisfied. Staff if friendly, helpful and very efficient. I always have what I need. Everything is clean. I feel very "at home" while staying there. It is always my first choice when given the opportunity to choose where to stay.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are friendly, courteous and very customer service focused. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great with a large variety of choices. It has a nice pool and patio area. It is conveniently located in Jefferson City. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here last year and again last night. This is one of the nicest motels I've seen. You walk in to a gorgeous lobby with a fireplace, lovely furniture, etc. The room is so nice with a stand with a coffee pot and holds a microwave and refrigerator. The room has a nice sofa and chair and the bed was so comfortable--wonderful mattress and the best pillow too. All is spotlessly clean too. The staff is very friendly and warm. We had forgotten how great the breakfast was too. They have a beautiful breakfast room and the breakfast is fantastic--biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels and English muffins, oatmeal with all the toppings, scrambled eggs with salsa as well as other toppings, potatoes, egg casserole, biscuits and gravy, juices and you can make waffles. All delicious. We also enjoyed using their weight room and plan next time to bring our swimming suits to take advantage of the nice pool area. Highly recommend this. Oh yes, when we came back from dinner there was a tray of chocolate chip cookies for guests to have two. They were delicious and such a nice touch!

The hotel is beautiful, rooms always clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. The breakfast buffet was the best and Chef Michael does a fantastic job - the food was excellent!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

It was a fine place. Decent pillows and bed. Clean. Nice shower. Good Breakfast. I feel the hotel overvalued itself but it was fine. If I had to go back and pay the same amount it would make me crabby.

This is a great place to stay while in Jefferson City! It is clean, organized, welcoming and the breakfast can't be beat...it is a FULL hot breakfast bar. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are all you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and always seem to go the extra mile. And the warm, freshly baked cookies at the front desk in the afternoon are a treat! The location is very convenient to all business at the capitol. I will definitely be going back!

Pleasantly surprised when entering the room. Very spacious with a sitting area. The complimentary breakfast was very good and all at a very reasonable price. Will stay there again for any future meeting in that area. (or for pleasure)

The rooms are very clean and spacious with a microwave and refrigerator. Even though the price would indicate that this is a budget hotel, the service and accommodations indicate otherwise. Breakfast is good but not great. They do offer fruit and oatmeal as healthier options. This is not in the "Heart" of the city but only a six minute drive away.

This is the best hotel in Jefferson City and the reason it is so great is the service and the staff. The hotel is new and is kept in mint condition. The staff are so friendly and calls you by your first name. The service is great and they go overboard to make sure you are comfortable and have a wonderful experience. The location is close to downtown and easy to get to and parking is convenient.

Needed a second hotel, went here. I was very pleased. Even though a school bus came with basketball team. We had an great stay. Good beds, great breakfast, and super staff.Rooms were large and spacious, great hotel.

Room was very clean and well equipped. Could not get on internet. Ask at front desk for assistance but lady therie could not get me connected. Mr. Ferguson prepares the breakfast and is extremely efficient. He is professional and very personable. He made our stay extra enjoyable. He is a great asset to this hotel.

The Best Western Plus Capital Inn in Jefferson City is a great value. It was very comfortable and looked to be brand new. The staff was nice, the room was excellent, and there were plenty of options at breakfast. Oh yeah, the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening are enough to bring me back!!

We could smell cigarette smoke. Like it was coming from a vent like above our floor. I smelled in the bathroom. We didn't like the cable network either. But room was comfortable, except we would have liked a softer bed.

This is the cleanest and friendliest hotel in Jefferson City! The staff is great as well. This is my first pick if I am traveling to Jefferson City for meetings. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is above average and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I don't notice much staff turnover here, I have been staying here for years and I see many of the same staff over the years. Housekeeping does a fabulous job as well!

My stay at this hotel was great. The staff is always friendly, smiling and very helpful. The rooms are a very nice size, the beds are very comfortable, and the room amenities are great too. Love having a microwave and fridge in every room, without extra charges.
