Nice and clean. Comfortable rooms and beds. Located in a Quiet area Highly recommend Been coming to this hotel for few years. I've been to others in the area and once I discovered this one I only come here now.

An Amazing place to stay Free Hot Chocolate or Tea or Coffee in the Foyer. Free Washing & drying facilities. Helpful staff, large clean rooms. Everyone wants to help you. We stay here each year when we visit

This Inn was beautiful. In the heart of Amish country, but there for a wedding. The Inn was very clean and the room was spacious. But most importantly, Ashley was and is there. I felt like she had our back covered for anything. Very pleasant and helpful! We even got early arrival, so we wouldn't be late for the wedding. Thank you Miranda for having our room ready! Will easily stay there again.

EXTREMELY HAPPY with this hotel. Staff was wonderful, rooms were fantastic. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in the evenings. The Old Mill Restaurant food was delicious. Everything about our experience was so wonderful we already booked for next year!

Me and my wife just love this hotel you will feel very comfortable just like you were at home great location. Can't think of a better place to stay. Close to many eateries and shopping entertainment We love to drive and take in the wonderful farm land and views

Came here to see a performance at Sight & Sound theater. Hotel staff was very efficient and courteous, rooms were thoroughly cleaned, bathroom sparkled, bed comfortable, complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious. I would stay here

This inn is excellent. The accomidations are wonderful and the staff is kind and efficient. It is a beautiful inn and the surroundings are nice. Everything we needed was quickly and kindly provided for.

This hotel was ok but nothing special. We had a suite, which was nice. However, the couch was hard and made noise every time you sat on it. The bed was so hard I would equate it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. The cleaning staff was emptying our garbage pails at the beginning and then about 3 days in they just stopped, so we had an overload of garbage in the room. The in room wi-fi was a joke! It only worked in the living room so I would have had to disturb my daughter while she was sleeping to use it. There are so many hotels in this area. You're probably better off staying elsewhere.

Suite was great. Had a couch and comfy chairs.Computers available for internet access, Complementary breakfast had a lot of variety. There was a spa available. Customer service was the best. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for an overnight getaway for our anniversary. The front desk staff, upon arrival and check-out, were very friendly. The room was clean, and the room rate (King room) included complimentary continental breakfast, or you could use a 10% coupon off of the restaurant menu (we didn't eat there but heard good things). And, the location of the hotel is fantastic - Kitchen Kettle Village is a 3-minute walk from there. Waters Edge Mini Golf Course and Lancaster Wine & Beer Gallery are both a short drive away (less than 5 minutes), and the Revere Tavern restaurant and Rainbow's Comedy Playhouse are less than 10 minutes from there, too. That being said, if you prefer a quiet setting, this would not be the spot for you, since you are on the main road into Intercourse. But we would definitely recommend this hotel, since it was reasonably priced and is close to several great Lancaster attractions. We will go back!

Hotel, room, hotel staff, amenities, breakfast were great at the Best Western. No complaints at the hotel. They even gave us a sheet of coupons to use at the various businesses around town. The breakfast room attendant was very sweet and kept the room in immaculate condition and was very friendly and helpful with area things to see. The Olde Mill Restaurant attached to the hotel leaves much to be desired. It was quite evident that the food isn't cooked onsite. Spouses food arrived cold - ordered meatloaf, potatoes and coleslaw. It was like they couldn't even put it in the microwave for long enough. The head waitress was great at remedying the problem, but all she did was stick it in the microwave. Then, because it was slow, the cook, some 18-20 yr. male, came out from the kitchen to chat w/ waitresses or play on his phone. Had to ask our waitress, a trainee, several times for water, tea etc. It wasn't busy and it was as if she hadn't been trained for anything. They did remove the charge for the cold food. But for our two day stay, there were too many other restaurants to visit in the area. Again, the hotel was great. Also used the spa services while there. They were very good too.

Great place for a family to stay. The location is perfect to visit any number of attractions. The restaurant is convenient and has a nice selection on the menu. The kids loved the swimming pool. The breakfast had many things to choose from and was well supplied.A very enjoyable weekend.

With my 2 sisters, we decided to stay here rather sight unseen. We could not have been more pleased with this property. We are all quite well travelled domestically and internationally. Our travel time together is treasured and we want no "glitches", so to speak. This fulfilled our desires. This Best Western exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. (Thank you, Renae) They were extremely patient and helpful answering questions and offering suggestions. The exterior of the hotel was inviting, charming and well kept. From the moment you walked into the lobby we felt welcome. It was spacious, yet cozy. They offered complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa 24/7. There were TVs, sofas, and overstuffed chairs for your comfort. Though we did not eat in the on-site restaurant, we walked in to look around and the wait staff welcomed us and invited us to walk around and sit if we wished, just to enjoy the atmosphere. Our room was phenomenal! We opted for the room with 3 queen beds [for us, the 3 queens ;) ] Our room was actually 3 rooms in 1. As you entered there was 1 queen bed, night stands, a pull out sofa, closet, coffee table, desk, dresser and large flat screen TV. Then there was what we called the "hospitality hall", with a long counter, sink, fridge, and microwave. This is were we placed our snacks and cocktails, and stored our purchases, out of the way, under the long counter. Off this area was a spacious bathroom with shower/tub, sink, long counter, lots of fluffy towels, and delightful soap, shampoo, etc. Beyond the "hall" was the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, dresser, night stand, closet, large screen TV and a balcony. All of this was immaculate! Quiet! Comfortable! And it smelled good!! We actually saw our housekeeper in the hall and she sincerely wanted to know if there was anything we needed to make our room more comfortable. (Thank you, Christy!) Breakfast, with various options was included We hope to return to this hotel for another sisters' weekend in the not too distant future and we highly recommend it to you.

I have a lot of nice things to say. The staff was uniformly pleasant and friendly. The hotel is near everything I wanted to see. The shops are within easy walking distance. The room was pleasant and super clean. Breakfast was wonderful, too much to finish, and reasonably priced. There is a lot of traffic noise from a main road, be aware of that, but that is hardly the hotel's fault. One nice local citizen told me that it wasn't as bas before the roads were dug up for underground lines of some sort. Also, if you are a little slow, like me, crossing the busy street can be a challenge. Lots of traffic. However, the super nice local people seem to understand that and stop or slow down when they see that you are trying to cross the street. None of this changes the quality of the hotel itself. I just tend to ramble and hope to be helpful. If I could wave a magic wand that is the only thing I would hope to change is the traffic. Still, very well worth a visit and worth my future return. Oh, be prepared to kill your diet in the nearby shops, stores, markets, restaurants and such because you will try lots of free samples and buy a lot to take home. A pound of scrapple? Got it. Pretzels? Got them. Cake, Shoo fly pie, got it, got it. Yum! Worth every extra ounce (pound ?). Yep, in for a penny, in for a pound (although I am certain that this is not quite what that old expression means).

Last-minute reservation he went absolutely smoothly as you can think of. The staff was very friendly the people was very helpful and respectful the food was great st the old meal with the exception of the boys in the kitchen it were to lousy it took them forever to get food??. But overall I would consider in first class

We always spend nites at Best Western in Intercourse,Every thing is there the village with plenty of shops you can walk to.The Old Mill restaurant excellent food .Beds are comfortable and place is spotless,Friendly and real nice plus the pool area is spotless.We have been going there the last 5 years.

This hotel is a Great location, walking distance to shopping and dining, rooms are clean and up to date, the staff is very friendly and wonderful, pool and spa were an enjoyable added bonus and we highly recommend staying here.

Just got back from a weekend at this hotel with family and we LOVED this hotel and can't wait to go back! We got a room with 3 queen beds and it was such a spacious room with a really great layout. The hotel is EXTREMELY clean and everytime you see hotel staff they are smiling and happy which made for a really nice stay. We LOVED the indoor pool and hot tub, the kids had a blast there for hours. The continental breakfast was pretty good too, with your typical toast, bagel, cereal, breakfast sausage(yummm) Home Frys, eggs and fruit. Right outside the hotel you can see horse and carriage go by but you can also be to the nearest McDonald's in under 15 minutes, also just a short walk to Kitchen Kettle Villege for shopping, food or horse and buggy tours.

I have stayed at the Inn about 5 times and it has always met our needs and the restaurant staff in great, service and food is exceptional You have the option of continental Breakfast which is excellent or 30 % off Buffet

We just spent two nights at this Best Western as we enjoyed visiting the shops and sights of Amish Country. This is an excellent hotel, in an excellent location, and we were incredibly happy with the room, bed and hotel staff. The free continental breakfast was a little sparse so we ate at the regular restaurant at a 30% discount and it was also excellent. We will certainly go back to this hotel when we visit the area again.

Everything was great all staff I encountered were very pleasant and made sure we had everything we could need ..breakfast was good as well I love the fresh fruit ...the young lady with the long blonde hair who checked us in was awesome..she even upgraded our room so we had a extra bed to use

The hotel is big and in a nice location, just about directly across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village. It's also about 15 minutes from the Strasburg RR, and 45 minutes from Hershey. There are a lot of decent restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The rooms and common areas were very clean, the employees were very pleasant, and the pool was great. The only negative we saw was the included breakfast choices they offer at the hotel. You basically have 3: 1) You can dine at their own continental breakfast room. This is held in a small conference room with very limited seating. Every day we stopped in, we couldn't find any available tables. This wasn't a big deal because the food choices were awful....much worse, and far more limited then any other hotel we've stayed at which offers a continental breakfast. 2) A list of "free" items that you can have at their restaurant. This is what we wound up doing, but the choices are very limited. You can have a donut, muffin, small bowl of mixed fruit, egg, etc. The service was also very spotty, depending on how many patrons they have when you get there. 3) 30% off of whatever you order for breakfast at the above restaurant. The breakfast was the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5. Their options and the quality of their food just wasn't in line with what the other hotels in the area are offering, which is generally a very nice continental breakfast. Aside from this one drawback, however, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Best Western again.

Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn and Suites is the best hotel in the Intercourse/Lancaster area. I tend to visit Lancaster four/five times a year and I always stay at this hotel without any hesitation. I have stayed at other hotels in Lancaster and Best Western Plus is by far the best in my opinion. I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights/3 days and it was as pleasant as the last time. The lobby is gorgeous and very clean. Christian and Ashley at the front desk are phenomenal! They really know how to make your day and stay even better. I had a room that consisted of a living room, then a separate room with mini kitchen and bathroom and the last room is the bedroom. The living room had numerous chairs and couches plus a television and closet. The middle room had a sink, long marble table, fridge, microwave and coffee. The bathroom was a nice size with plenty of towels. The bedroom had 2 Queen Beds (which were very comfortable), another closet, television and chair. The rooms are great! Housekeeping is absolutely terrific. The whole property is spotless. The Olde Mill restaurant connected to the hotel had great food and awesome service. The hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub in an adjacent building, a fitness center on the second floor and ice and vending on all three floors. There is also an elevator. Overall, my stay was 10/10 as it always is and I cannot wait to come back!

Hotel was clean, comfortable and ideally situated for a visit to Amish country. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable in recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub great-kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was cooked well with a nice variety.

Great Hotel., friendly helpful staff. Best of all very clean from lobby to room and pool area.. Walking distance to shopping. . Perfect for couples , family and girls weekend.. Always complimentary hot coffee and tea. I will be back.

WE like the pool and the free breakfast..we have been staying at this Best Western for the last5 years and its always a great stay..We live in New Jersey and its worth the ride!!! The hotel is very clean and all the grounds is spotless. The room is nice and everything was spotless. Everyone was very friendly ready to help with anything that was needed. There is a restaurant right next door didn't try it but over heard people saying it was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights at this hotel in a standard room, and it was nice. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, to the wait staff in the restaurant, everyone was friendly. The room was very clean. I wasn't crazy about the sink location across from the door leading to the toilet and tub, but that's minor. Room had a fridge which is always handy. No in-room safe, which was a bummer. We were in the area for a wedding so I had to carry my bling around in my purse. Nice location. Tip: the water is extremely soft. Use smaller amounts of shampoo or you'll be rinsing it out forever. The restaurant has delicious food. Plenty of outlets for recharging, but as usual, in Internet was in and out.

This was our third stay in the past few years. My family returns annually because the staff is friendly and the hotel is so well maintained. It is within walking distance of many Intercourse attractions, so we often park and walk. One of the best parts to the hotel is breakfast. You can eat at their continental breakfast location, or eat at the restaurant attached. If you do the later you can have a percentage taken off the total bill, or pick two specified items off the menu for free. We already cannot wait to return

My family and I went down for the show at Sight & Sound theater and we absolutely loved our stay!! Roman was the best, accommodating us way before check in!! Ashley and all the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were the best! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

It was an awesome stay at this Best Western! I have heard some bad reviews for other Best Westerns, but this location was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful staff, coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 and hot breakfast included. The rooms were clean but in need of dusting. Free WiFi, but no cell service in our room. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed and enjoyed our visit. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean. They offer complementary coffee/tea/hot cocoa in the lobby, as well as a pay per cup specialty coffees. Only recommendation I would suggest is free cookies!

Our family of 6 stayed here in April and decided to come back to enjoy Lancaster County in the summer. This time we brought along my sisters family! The hotel was just as inviting, comfortable and most importantly CLEAN! I dislike staying in hotels because of their lack of cleanliness but I can honestly say our room was extremely clean. The sheets even had a scent of bleach which I loved because I knew they were clean!! The staff is so nice, the restaurant is great and the local area is wonderful. There is a great cheese shop and jam shop in Kettle Village right across the street. Very happy we came back.

This modern stay is located on a very busy road (Route 340), where a 3 way stop sign, fork in road, bicycles, horse carriages and aggressive motorists all meet. If it weren't for the traffic situation, it would be a perfect spot! After the hotel desk gave us the street side room, we quickly requested an alternate. (Due to noise.) Recognizing our disappointment, Mario/front desk was kind enough to upgrade our location and room to a suite-for same rate. That room is much roomier and worth the price of an upgrade upon finalizing. Rooms are comfortably appointed and sparkling clean throughout. Our King Suite had a modern shower with glass sliding door, but no tub. Small but modern equipped fitness room and indoor pool/hot tub open 'till 11pm! Towels provided/private change room. Breakfast in am has 3 choices - Included Continental buffet - breads/eggs/potatoes/sausage/oatmeal/cereal/muffins .. OR limited items at the attached Old Mill Restaurant.. OR - 30 percent discount off of reg. priced menu. We did not visit the restaurant, but opted for the included cont. buffet. That was a mistake because the breakfast room the very crowded and too small during peak times. So we wound up taking food to the room. (This is August/height of destination's travel season.) The local channel is playing in lobby - educational to watch (Lancaster PA tv) and an interactive touch screen helps with local attractions, as well as the many rack-brochures. There is comp. coffee/tea/hot cocoa avail round clock. Just drive carefully in this area. Lastly, if you wish, *carefully* walk across over Rt.340 and go toward the west approx. a quarter mi. (or you can drive with ample parking) .. to visit the Kitchen Kettle Village. Plenty of snacks/shopping and buggy tours await. Have fun!

Very pleased that we chose this motel for our stay. Is right in the middle of tons of shops within waking distance and easy drive to to view the farms all around the area. Absolutely the best place to stay??

Picked the BW+ Intercourse as a stop over and a very nice hotel in the heart of Amish country. The hotel was quiet and clean. Had lunch at the attached restaurant which was delicious. The offered breakfast was equally as good. Highly recommend staying here.

When my wife called to make reservations she was told they have high rise seats for the toilets, as my mom and mother inlaw are in their 80's and need it. When we got there, they said they didn't have any, or any rooms with high rise toilets..Very disappointing. Other than that, the room was great, The food in the Old mill was excellent. We will stay there again, but after she was told about the seat, and the front desk person said no one should have told her that, I was very upset.

We have stayed at The Best Western Intercourse Village Inn and Suites many times before and will continue to return. The staff is always very nice and friendly. The restaurant is very nice and the food is perfect. The location is perfect to Kitchen Kettle Village and other nice shops. It is close enough to Kitchen Kettle if you feel like strolling along and exploring the area.

My wife and I stay in many hotels over the course of the year for business and for pleasure. This BW had such a fresh smell from the lobby all the way to the rooms. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning crew does a superb job on the rooms and was the cleanest rooms we have every slept in.

was close to sound and stage , show that we when to. the play was at 3pm so we got at the hotel at 6pm. we check in and eat in the restaurant in the hotel. tryer from the ride we when bed. got up a and walk around town.

Very nice hotel with large rooms! Continental breakfast was really good not your usual fare. They have a yogurt dispenser. Very quiet except for the siren that sounded at 6:45am. It is within walking distance of shops and dining. Although the restaurant within the hotel is delicious, they are understaffed. No drink refills and slow service, not happy staff. But the food was really good, just don't be in a rush.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed rooms and common areas; friendly staff; great location, across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village and miscellaneous shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast offering just ok, but typical of other hotels. Competitive room pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for couples and families.

just back from 3 night stay. as always this hotel is best in Lancaster county. its always clean, staff is outstanding. they give you discount at the restaurant. it is located close to many attractions. this is only hotel we will stay at when we visit Lancaster county. thanks to all at best western plus intercourse village.

I stayed here a few weeks back while in the area on business. It has a great rustic ambiance with modern amenities. I found the front desk staff to be both helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was solid, though nothing spectacular. The attached restaurant was reasonable, but nothing special. The pool is clean and the gym is nice.

This hotel is walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village. It has a very nice lobby with 24/7 coffee and tea. Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. For the complimentary breakfast, you have a choice of the buffet breakfast or the on-site restaurant. I tried both and I prefer the buffet over the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was quite good in a very comfortable room, while the food from the restaurant was mediocre at best. One problem I had was the wifi service. It was really bad. Since I have unlimited cell service, it may not be such a big deal but the cell service is also spotty inside the hotel. For someone who really need the wifi service for work, this is a major issue.

As always we have a wonderful stay at Kurt's BW in Intercourse PA. We were one of the first guests when it reopened and have stayed there many times. Making this visit exceptional was the fact that er were able to connect with a cousin I have not seen in 50 years it was wonderful and so is this hotel which will make it that much more special from now on.

Loved the convenience of location as well! Staff were really sweet! The free breakfast was just okay but the room and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean! No smoking facility was also a plus

A very attractive building and grounds. Very clean inside and out. Nice toiletries, bright white soft towels, and one of my most important criteria for an excellent hotel....you could turn on the AC fan so that it runs continuously and doesn't cycle on and off all night. Room size was pretty typical. I liked having the sink on the outside of the bathroom so my wife and I could both be getting ready at the same time. Breakfast has been addressed in other reviews. We stuck with the continental breakfast and it was more than adequate for us. Loved that the oatmeal was already cooked and not the typical packages of Quaker that you mix with hot water. The front desk was extremely helpful with guidance and direction on the things we wanted to see and do. We will stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Beautiful layout in Amish country, love it. Love the country look and design which gives such a peaceful and ralaxing feeling that drains stress away and boy I really needed that. Thank you for this wonderful and heart warming stay.

Very clean hotel and room. We loved the queen suite. The hotel manager Kurt Thomas is quick to address needs and just to accommodate any requests. The two restaurants had good food. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Neat and clean. Very convenient restaurant on site. Great location to Kitchen Kettle. Pool needs less chemicals, but my kids loved it. We always look foeward to staying here when we come to PA.

We have stayed at the Best Western several times! The staff is always friendly! The rooms are always clean and it smells clean when u walk into the Lobby! My granddaughter loves the pool. The Restaurant is very good and the staff is very nice!

You will not find a better place to stay! Everything is perfect!! From the minute you walk in the door they make you feel at home. Clean rooms, clean pool, incredible restaurant where the food is exceptional. You really can't ask for a nicer place to start your morning or rest your head after a long day.

Definitely one of the best BW's. Classy, spotlessly clean and nothing short of superior front desk staff...pleasant, courteous,accommodating, Mega Kudos to them. We stayed in the two bedroom, with kitchenette and bathroom between bedrooms. Honestly it was like having your own apartment. This BW also has large indoor pool and the biggest sauna I have ever been in. Stay here...you won't be disappointed

We visit the area several times a year. This is the only hotel where we will stay. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us (Ashley, Roman, etc). From Management to the Cleaning Staff, we were very well taken care of in a professional, efficient, yet caring manner. The restaurant was enjoyable, and the employees there were so nice. Though we didn't get to the pool this visit, the last time we were here, it was relaxing and fun.

Stayed at the Best Western, Intercourse PA. The location is perfect for any/all Amish venues and other activities. The people are the thing...service, personable personnel, everyone on property wants to make your visit exceed your expectations! And they do! Ashley, Roman and Paul to name a few can seem to help enough. Restaurant on property is very nice. Dawn and Fannie again care to do it right! Fitness is adequately furnished with water and bathroom immediately adjacent. The rooms are appointed nicely with a local feel! 24x7 coffee is another handy touch...try ice coffee next time! Pool area is immaculate and towel are already at the pool! Add the click - clack of the horse drawn buggies and carts, it's a relaxed laIid back environment - sooo different the big city noise and bustle. Recommend this location without reservation...but suggest you make one!??

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Nice newish rooms, clean with comfy beds, great ac and a nice full hot breakfast buffet. The pool was nice wish I had brought my suit. You can walk to some shopping right from hotel. Nice outdoor sitting areas and even a basketball hoop area. I just wish the cleaning people had given us another shampoo and conditioner for the 2 nd night as there were 2 of us and the little bitty bottles didn't go far. The one roll of toilet paper ran out and they didn't replace that either (we still had a roll on the second dispenser) I found that all kind of weird. We left a tip and they made the beds and gave us clean towels. I left a note to ask for more decaf and they left that, but didn't replenish the necessities.

My husband and I were very impressed with our room! It was clean, comfortable, and homey. The customer service was superb and the breakfast was great. Everything looked well-kept. Would definitely love to stay here again!

I would say, you guys just created a raving fan!!! I can't even express how wonderful this place is, clean, great atmosphere, customer service is great! We stayed for 2 nights, Thursday and Friday. Definitely clean and well kept, has an okay complimentary continental breakfast. The staff was very nice, and the clientele seemed to be a mix of empty-nesters and families partaking in tourist activities in the area. We were mainly in town for things in Lancaster, but this was worth the 15 minute additional drive.

Great location when exploring the Amish countryside as it is across the street from the Kitchen Kettle Village as well as the Old Candle Barn and other shops. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable and had a patio to just relax. Guest laundry was also very good. You have the option of either having the continental breakfast in the hotel, or have breakfast in the restaurant. This is our hotel of choice whenever we are i the area.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant food was amazing and so convenient. Room was clean. Pool was warm but due to being indoors, had an extremely strong chlorine smell. Didnt seem to bother the kids though! Will definitely stay here again.

We were first time visitors to this hotel and let me say ...AMAZING! This family run place is so beautiful. The staff has so much love and pride for this place it truly shows. Clean, quiet,comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hot tub. The nicest desk staff you will ever encounter. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Lancaster area. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed I don't impress easily and I was impressed.

Couldn't be happier with our visit to Dutch Country and our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, surrounded by local scenery and small shops. The rooms are very clean, and the service was top notch. I had to interact with the manager, and found him to be extremely responsive and helpful. He was very hands on, and I saw him every day in the lobby, restaurant, and around the hotel making sure everything was in order. Definitely looking forward to my next visit there.

We stayed overnight recently while visiting the area to go to Dutch Wonderland. The suite was clean and quiet, and the breakfast options were great! The pool was a huge plus too. We'll be back for sure!

Just stayed at the BW+ in Intercourse, PA and it was a great stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The amenities are more than adequate, and its clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again.

Checked in for our regular double queen room and were met upstairs by a very kind man, with a different set of keys, he noticed our children and upgraded our accommodations to a double queen suite complementary because it would be more comfortable for us. The room was clean and very comfortable. We took advantage of the free laundry facilities as well, which was a blessing after being on vacation with our family of 5 for 6 days. The sundry selection was impressive to say the least and the complementary breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and had enough choices for our children to all order something they wanted. Every employee we encountered were professional and very kind. Will definitely return if ever in the area again.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in, EVER! For a reasonable price we got a huge room, very clean, great continental breakfast, excellent service, and close proximity to all the things to do in Lancaster! Will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Excellent hotel!!! The rooms were very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and accommodating, and food was good too with a great variety. The pool and hot tub was also nice and they even extended the hours. Our overall experience was awesome and we will definitely return.

We totally enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was awesome with helping us with our needs, the rooms were clean, large and the beds where very comfortable. Loved the fact that the room had a door to go out into a small patio where we sat and had ice creams. The hotel also has a large pool to enjoy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice, clean and well kept ..and the beds were really comfortable. Also was within walking distance to shops at kitchen kettle village. The indoor pool was very nice .. probably could be ventilated a little better. Overall we really enjoyed the pool and hotel, definitely would recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay. Everything is so clean inside and out. The rooms were very nice and up to date. We stayed in the 3 Queen room with the bathroom in the middle and it was laid out very well where my wife and I had our own space and her parents had their own space but we were still together. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

We love Best Western at Intercourse, Lancaster area. Location convenient and staff and facility are excellent. This was our second visit, we will return. Rooms clean and comfortable. Compliment ary breakfast very good choices and not too much to be too full.

Our recent trip to Intercourse, PA was highlighted with the tremendous landscape and sights of the Amish farms and the relaxing atmosphere of the Best Western Plus in Intercourse. The lobby is relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is inviting and informative concerning the many places of interest. We have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Intercourse many times and have always enjoyed it.

We came up for a 2 night stay and the hotel is a clean and nice as always. The staff is friendly make you feel at home. The room we had could use some new chairs, but having a balcony was cool, in spite of the rainy weekend. Nice added bonus was having the breakfast buffet.

We recently stayed for 2 nights. It was perfect from check in to check out. The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. The room was spacious and super clean! The staff was efficient and friendly especially the front desk clerk Paul. We booked our next stay before leaving. Keep up the good work!

We were here 2 nights and to celebrate a weekend wedding for our daughter and new son-in-law this past weekend. The hotel was super! Very clean, very quiet, well managed, an excellent location in the Amish Country and their prices are competitive! Would highly recommend staying here! A continental breakfast was included in the price and they do have a restaurant there also. Great stay if you are in and around "Amish Country"!!! This hotel does not remind you of a typical hotel. The exterior and interior decor is very nice! It also has a pool, hot tub and small workout area there too!

i like front desk staff are very caring and helpful. we did stay 2 nights we had 2 bed room with a balcony for night then we decided to extend for one more night. front desk staff give us upgrade for 3rd night they have free hot breakfast in with lots of selections they coffee was very good the room were clean the pool was big and hot tub was big the pool was warm and the hot tub was nice temparature the restaurasnt had very good selection ,the was good pie taste like home made dessert was also the taste very good meal the serive was good in restaurast they had nice sitting area outside this nicer best western ,it is perfect best western thank you for best western

Stayed here for a family shopping and countryside tour. We had stayed at this location before the remodel and needed updating. The updates and upgrades we're dramatic. The staff is great especially Christopher who printed some documents for me as well as answered my questions. The rooms are great our room was on second floor with a great balcony, three queen beds, one sofa bed, bathroom and sink and mini fridge area in two room setup. The free breakfast was adequate the hotel is clean with a nice on site spa and pool area with a heated pool and spa. It is a great location for Amish shopping.

We had stayed here a few years ago before the renovation. They really did a GREAT job. The location is great. Right in the heart of the town. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I want to make mention of Ashley and Addison. They were very sweet and anything we needed they were on top of it. My husband uses a walker and the hotel is fully equipped for those with disabilities. The only suggestion I would give is they need to put more than 2 trash cans in the rooms. We had a suite and there was one in the bathroom and in the connecting part where the extra sink/refrigerator was. It would have been nice to have one in the bedroom area. Other than that we had a great time! I will definitely suggest to my friends/family to stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent several days in the Lancaster PA area and were lucky enough to stay at the Best Western Village Inn and Suites in Intercourse PA. The hotel is beautiful, both outside and in. Our King size room was super clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff kept it that way the entire time. The Old Mill restaurant, on site, supplied us with delicious Amish prepared food quickly and affordably . The one thing that impressed us the most was the customer service. Every hotel staff we encountered during our stay treated us like family. Especially Roman at the front desk. We will definitely be heading back.

OK hotel, but bed and pillow quality below what I expected for price paid. AAA discount was not much at all. Breakfast service in restaurant on premises was horrible. Staff ignored us after being seated so we left. Waitress just kept chatting away with another table and never acknowledged us.

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. It is extremely clean, comfortable and the staff is excellent and very welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The Olde Mill Restaurant which is attached to the hotel is also a plus, very good food at reasonable prices. If you are visiting the Kitchen Kettle you can walk, as it is located close by, along with several other very nice shops in the area.

If you want to stay in a place that is pristine clean, has professional and friendly staff, comfortable beds, inviting pool & hot tub, fluffy towels, good food and much more then this should be your choice. We try and visit 2 or 3 times a year and always leave refreshed - you can be busy or not busy - lots of shopping and restaurants.

We always stay at the BestWestern Plus Intercourse Village PA. When we come to this area to go to the Sight & Sound Theater. The staff are always very friendly & helpful and the rooms are very clean & spacious and this time they surprised us by up grading 1 bedroom king to a 2 bedroom king suite at no extra charge Wow!! The was very large with lots of space. Roman checked us in and is very friendly he really took to our son Mike. We will defiantly be back next year. And if you are in this area I highly recommend this hotel. John T

This place is great. Right in the center of amish country, within walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village. The rooms are updated and spacious. Great amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We travel often and I have to say, this was one of the best places we have stayed at. From the moment we drove in to the cleanliness of the lobby and then friendliness of the staff..only to be met with a complimentary upgrade to our room that suited us better for our family. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby is so inviting with lounge areas and board games. The pool is clean and the water was warm. We enjoyed our visit to the Amish country and will be recommending The Best western Plus to anyone we know planning to visit.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Kettle Kitchen Village shops. Mattresses were abit to firm and sheets were a little rough, however, managable for the price. The hotel had upgraded our room prior to our arrival and the staff is very friendly. Hotel was very clean!

2nd time staying here, I love this place. Very convenient to all attractions. Even gave the restaurant another try, by request of staff and was pleasantly surprised. We only had lunch, but staff was good and the food was great, I got the chicken fajitas!

Nothing to complain about at all. Clean , very comfortable atmosphere but can't rave enough about the staff we had. Christian and Ashley are definetly add a plus to this hotel with their outgoing personalties, making each customer feel welcome and valued. Second visit and only place I will stay again unless things change at some point.

This hotel remains as one of my favorite in the area. Our stay, although last year, was very good. The first thing you see is the spacious parking area. Once inside, there is a wonderful place to relax and the check in area. They also offer brochures of local places. Main lobby offers a coffee and tea bar (not sure if you have to pay or not. There is an elevator or the option of stairs. Both were clean and nice. Luggage racks were also available if you have many bags. We booked a 3rd floor suite (I think room 350). At first entrance the room looked very clean. Furniture included a work desk and chair, two beds, a pull out couch, two plush chairs, and two night stands. There was also a large window on the far end of the room. The bathroom was very clean, we did have to request more towels, but this was no inconvenience. After getting to our room we quickly changed and left for the pool area. As you do have to travel from your room, through the lobby, and across the little parking lot out front, wear a cover up or clothes. The pool building was large and spacious. It was very nice inside, including a large pool and jetted hot tub. I think putting the pool in a separate building was a very smart idea. It eliminated any chlorine smell in the hotel itself. The pool was comfortably warm, which I personally enjoy. The building had many chairs around the pool and was not crowded. Pool had different depths and was spacious. The hot tub was, definitely, hot. The jets were soothing and overall it was an amazing experience. Once back inside, we watched TV for a little (the tv's were nice as well) and the Wi-Fi worked great from our room. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. For breakfast, we did have the free option, and sadly could not dine in the restaurant as we had to rush for an early morning dance competition. The buffet offered in another room was very good. Offered an array of food, both hot and cold, and it was tasty. Overall, our hotel experience was great. Awesome rooms, wonderful pool area, and a good breakfast made it perfect. The hotel is also within close proximity to many shops, Kitchen Kettle Village, and many fun places to visit. We will be visiting again in around 2 weeks. Looking forward to it! Would reccomend to all people looking for a hotel in the area!!!

Our family of 19 enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed here before and will definitely be returning. Everything about this hotel is awesome including the staff. We love the pool, they have pool towels .The rooms are a nice size. I love the 3 queen bed suite,that's a definite bonus.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean all around. The restaurant food selection and quality is top notch. The Hotel is located in the heart of the Amish farmlands with many local farm stands and markets. My family visits Lancaster twice a year and The Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites is our hotel of choice.

Each room has a balcony with a light that goes on at dark and goes off at dawn. It cannot be turned off, so it illuminates the room all night. The drapes are designed so that they cannot be closed. So it's like sleeping with your bedroom light on. The pool area is nice but it's in a separate building from the hotel. So you have to go outside wet to get back to your room. The continental breakfast is mediocre. I have to say that the staff is very good, but there is little they can do about these inherent problems. We won't be staying there again.

Rooms were clean and comfortabale.Staff were all very friendly and obliging. The hotel is in a great locacation, walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and other businesses. The hotel is a good value, and has a very good buffet breakfast, and a very good restaurant.

I have stayed in hotels and motels for over 120 nights in 20states in the last year this is the best. The staff is friendly to guests and each other. I have stayed here for almost 40 yrs only has gotten better

It is hard to believe that an stay could be better then the last. However with each stay it just gets better and better. My wife and I booked for three nights. Maybe the front desk had new faces, but by no means did the expert and professionalism change. The staff did not act like employees but they all took ownership and responded to our every need as if their name was on the hotel sign. Cleanliness was from top to bottom. I believe that there is no other place in Lancaster area or surrounding that can live up to BW standards and the friendship that is shown by the Thomas family. If you choose not to stay there then you are loosing out.

My family of 6 stayed here over Spring Break. Cannot say enough great things about the hotel. Our room was extremely clean! The bathroom seemed brand new. Plenty of space for all of us. The lobby was very cozy with coffee and games available. The kids loved the pool and there was even a basketball hoop which my 13 year old was thrilled about. If you are looking to see lots of Amish folks this is the area you want to be in. We saw many horse and buggies going by the hotel daily. The only drawback to this trip was that a lot of stores in this immediate area closes by 5 and restaurants by 7. Otherwise it was great trip! We are planning to stay here again this summer!!

We realized this was our 6th (at least) stay at BW Intercourse, and as usual, they delivered! We stopped in on a whim, as our travel plans had changed. We only needed one night, and they happened to have one. Ashley at the front desk told us this was her favorite room, and she hoped we liked it.. I asked her why it was her favorite, and she excitedly explained: "it has only 1 neighboring room and has an interesting extra hallway in the room which makes it very quiet. It's spacious, and has a balcony overlooking Queen Street." (It was great to see someone take such pride in her work. She clearly loves what she does!) Anyway, she was right. It was quiet, spacious, and perfect for 2 very tired travelers. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! We opted for the continental breakfast, which was delicious and filling. The coffee was great! I believe it was "Lancaster Coffee Company." (I wonder if they make K-Cups) We are already planning our return trip in the fall.

This was our first stay here at the Best Western Intercourse and it won't be our last. The décor is so cozy and inviting. I had called early in the afternoon of our arrival to see if we could check in a little earlier because the kids were getting antsy after our long drive. The receptionist was so kind and even called me back while we were outlet shopping to let us know that our room was ready for us! Our room was so spacious and clean. We had the two room suite with two queen beds. It gave us just enough room to spread out and even watch tv in the living room area when the kids went to sleep. The Old Mille Restaurant turned out to be a hidden gem and were we ate for all but one meal on our stay. The prices are so affordable and the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. We can't say enough about the hotel staff as well as the Old Mille staff. We can't wait to come back for another stay, hopefully soon!

My husband and I have been coming to Best Western in Intercourse for years. It's our get away from the kids for some “us” time. LOL We were hooked before the renovations. It was clean, decor was country (which is my favorite) and the attached restaurant made you feel like a local. You can imagine our delight after the renovations. Still that hometown feel but with all the perks included. We made a habit of getting massages at the spa the day we arrive. Much needed after our 4 hour trip. Honestly, we only eat at the attached restaurant. Sure we tried the others, but we soon learned that you just can't get it all anywhere else. Home cooking at a discount and all steps from our room. We use the tv area with fireplace to catch up on shows after a long day shopping. Oh don't get me started about the shopping! So much and all in walking distance! As for staff, top notch. I had an experience where they hunted us down in the restaurant to apologize for something I didn't even think twice about. I was shocked at what they considered discourteous. I really appreciated that. We have bragged and recommended this place to many friends and family. We decided it was time to brag here too!

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. We absolutely love the atmosphere a and staff. They are SO accommodating and the hotel is immaculately clean. The views are relaxing and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful!

We changed our plans and arrived a day early due to a predicted snowstorm. As you can imagine, the people who arrived during the snowstorm were tired and hungry. Ashley and Christian were behind the desk to greet them with a smile. They did a fabulous job. Ashley was great with us as well. The bonus was the Olde Mlll Restaurant that's part of the Best Western Plus. The choice of breakfast wasn't just the usual buffet with cold eggs and cold cereal, we were able to select choices from the menu......2 eggs, juice, coffee, toast! All delicious and perfectly prepared. I had a room with a king size bed and it was very comfortable and just the right size.

Great place to stay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The lobby is very cozy to just sit and relax. Located in a great location if you just feel like taking a walk. Plenty of places to shop within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

We found this to be an excellent hotel with great staff. Also having a good restaurant was a plus. We were there during a snowstorm and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Excellent Experience. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a King Suite. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful from the front desk person to the maids. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Loved this hotel. Had stayed previously before new addition and renovations. It was a wonderful experience and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. King rooms were very spacious and clean. A/C very quiet. Restaurant was convenient and good and well priced. Highly recommend!

After driving by this property and seeing the new addition, I looked into this hotel as a possible stay. We normally stay at different B&Bs when staying in the area. After reading many reviews and looking at many pictures on different sites, a reservation was made for a 2 night stay in a 2 room ADA suite with a king bed that was just HUGE! Both rooms were very spacious with another area between them where there was a counter area maybe 12 foot long that had the sink, microwave, and frig. The first room entered had a closet, a dresser with 6 box drawers, a sofa bed, a wind chair, a coffee table, and a TV. The rear room had a desk, another dresser again with 6 box drawers, a 2 person whirlpool, another TV, and also a walkout patio area with 2 comfy chairs to sit out and soak in some sunshine. The hotel has a spacious lobby with a fireplace that can be seen from 2 sides that have plenty of comfy seating as well as a table and chairs close to the 24 hr. beverage area where special lattes can be purchased in the AM. And beyond that, it another corner fireplace with some chairs and another alcove with seating. 2 computers are available for guest use that overlook the checkin area and the fireplace. There is a spa available from the side of the lobby. A negative to some is the fact that you must leave the hotel to cross the entrance drive to get to the pool and spa area but has it's own changing area and towels located within that building. You are given a card for breakfast which gives you some options. You pick 2 items from the upper group, such as scrambled eggs, English muffin, coffee cake, blueberry muffins, cereal, oatmeal, to name some ( no meat) and then 2 from the bottom list such as milk, coffee, tea, etc OR you are given 30% off anything purchased from the menu. I overheard 1 couple being told how to get eggs, toast from the pick 2 choices and then to order the ham as a side so as to cost them only the price of the ham. Smart! Our first morning was my birthday and we wanted to go to Diener's so i called to see if i could get the coffee cake to go that the desk person recommended. Yes! Not only that but i was able to get 4 OJ, 2 coffee cakes, and 4 blueberry muffins-2 to an order- to go using my card = no charge!!! We did tip the person who prepped it. All of the desk staff were extremely patience, friendly, smiling, and truly looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. There are many choices for bedding including a room with 3 queen beds which I have only heard of once in the 40 years of our traveling! I would recommend this as a central point when visiting the area.

We orginally were booked for one day but when we saw the room and all the amenities and resturant inside the hotel we added another day to our visit. It was so close to all our favorite shops adn the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. My husband and I will absolutely return...

I found the staff, rooms, and amenities to exceed my expectations. Beautiful setting, nicely appointed rooms and common areas, attentive and friendly staff, good food (free continental and also excellent restaurant as well), nice indoor pool and spa, I will definitely return when anywhere close on business.

We only stayed overnight this time but the inn was everything that we had hoped for and experienced in the past. The breakfast buffet was adequate and you have the option of a fully prepared breakfast at their adjacent restaurant. The only negative aspect is the location of the pool and whirlpool in a separate building which requires walking outside in the wintry weather.

This hotel was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Our room was smell-free and I actually could walk barefoot on the carpets. The room was large and very accommodating. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would like to take this hotel with me on all my trips! Two thumbs up!

Had an excellent one-night stay at the hotel and time in the day spa with friends. The hotel staff was very accommodating and our room was perfect for the 6 of us to stay (and affordable!) The restaurant was good food, but slow service for breakfast.

This Best Western is located right in the middle of all the action. plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff is very friendly and informative about the area. The weather was on the cold side but tolerable. If you are looking for a great buffet go to Millar's. great food , all you can eat at a reasonable price..

This hotel caters for families and are most welcoming. Hot chocolate or coffee when you arrive after a cold day outside. Free washing machine & dryer makes it great when you are travelling as a family of 7. Large rooms always spotlessly clean and the staff are very obliging with any request. We highly recommend this hotel and stay there whenever we are in the area.

first of i work at the best western in king of Prussia & i just want to say it was a welcoming & an excitement to stay there. it was so calming & very warm feeling. everyone was so nice & happy. thats what i love to see . some people i came across throughout my stay that was wonderful to me. the general man. bob , Ashley , christian , rose , Katelyn & Emily. you guys made my stay very pleasant and easy. by the way the smokehouse recommendation was sooo good. is a must when you down there. thank you guys so much !!!

The location was absolutely perfect. Stayed here before love the location and BW. Beautiful clean room. Property well maintained. If you are looking for a romantic weekend getaway, this is it! My husband and I were so looking forward to a relaxing long weekend in Lancaster . We have been thinking about giving this hotel a try for some time now and we are so glad we did!!! Staff were so wonderful , friendly , cheerful , professional and truly just a pleasure to see in the lobby each day . The hotel and room was absolutely spotless ! I'm a nurse and a bit of a germaphobe :-) so this is extremely important to me . We indulged in a couples massage at the on site spa which was awesome . ..... Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant was great We were lucky enough to spend a snowy night playing checkers in the lobby in front of one of the two fireplaces !!!! And the pool and hot tub were great as well!!!! Wow !! Did I leave anything out ???? We will definitely be back!! The only thing that could have been better would have been if the parents of some of the hotel guest 's children would have required better behavior from their kids! Sadly they just overtook the pool area and did cannon balls and were in general unruly to the point that no other guests could enjoy their time. But this is not the fault of the hotel and the only reason I mention it is perhaps others will read this and think ??. In any event , we had a few good hours in the pool area and will not be kept away from this truly magnificent little gem. We will just return while school is in session lol. :-). Thank you for a wonderful stay !! Keep doing what you do because you do it so well !!!!!!!

Booked here for 2 nights, but left after the first night. We were assigned a corner room which backed up to the exercise room. No issues with noise from it, but the person next door coughed ALL night. It was awful. There is a balcony but because it is a corner room, it is just a cement pad with high walls. Hardly any view, and NO light comes into the room. I am sure it didn't help that it was a dreary day, but after zero sleep, I was out of there. The breakfast was warm, not hot. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice but there were too many kids in the pool playing a loud game that annoyed others. I got hit in the neck and hip twice by them. The staff came and replenished the bath towels as soon as they were all gone. Others seem to enjoy there stay, so I guess if you don't have a corner room and someone coughing next door it would be fine. The room was very clean. No sleep with the coughing next door and the dark room on a dreary day, and I couldn't stay another night. I told them why we were leaving at check out and the response was, "I'm sorry." We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children. next door

genuinely friendly and informative staff. Smells and looks clean. Had a 2 room suite which was absolutely fabulous. The restaurant food was delicious with large portions. Pool/hot tub area spotless. Too bad we had to leave.

On a business trip, my husband & I seized the opportunity to enjoy the fireplace (there is one set behind the desk, away from the entrance) for over an hour all 3 evenings of our stay. Such a treat to have choice of free breakfast or breakfast out without even leaving the property! Thanks so much for the information about the local businesses. If the wind hadn't been so cutting, we would have walked, but encountered no problem parking at Kitchen Kettle Village or Stoltzfus Deli (what a wonderful place!) Next visit I intend to be prepared to take advantage of the pool & hot tub. Perhaps I'll even make time for a massage.

It was a wet day, walked in to the lobby fire places were lot. I was told our room was not ready, helped my self to coffee, sat down to relax. The host said tell you what , we will up grade your room so you dont have to wait. We walked in to a beautiful King Suite, it was clean comfy and big. The pool and hot tub were a short walk from the lobby , both were very nice. The staff was great , over all no complaints, will go back again.

My daughter and I stayed here on a trip in November and this hotel is excellent. Our two room suite was very clean and spacious. The staff is exceptional. We loved having an on site spa also. The location is wonderful and extremely convenient to all the attractions in this area. Everything is so easy to get to. Also, walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village. Great experience.

My husband and I stayed at BW Plus for 3 nights and, as always, were not disappointed. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff pleasant and friendly. We will definitely return -- hopefully soon!

My wife and I stay here last Thur and Friday. It is a very nice Inn, it was very quiet with comfortable beds. It was nice to hear the clip clop of the horses passing by the motel. The restaurant on site (old mill) has very good food. The coffee cake was great. All the employees were very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

The cleanest Best Western we have stayed in yet! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, everything was in working order, pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Staff friendly. Loved having a note left my our cleaning lady, made us feel more welcome with a personal touch.

Was a clean and quite stay, probably due to travel season coming to an end. Hotel room was in good order, no funky smells, and shower worked great, especially the drain! Breakfast was good, staff was nice, it was a real nice Best Western.

We felt right at home when we stayed at this hotel from 1/1/18 - 1/4/18. Our room was very nice with 3 separate beds. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel hosts were all very friendly and helpful.

We have celebrated New Years at this property for the past several years. Our family & friends join us and we have a great time. This year was no different. The staff is amazing. Christian and Amanda helped ring in the New Year & we had a blast. I took advantage of the Serenity Spa on property for a facial and Jenna was superb. It was a nice relaxing treat for this busy Mom! Our room was immaculate over the course of our stay and thank you to Stephanie for doing such a great job. We always look forward to our return. My husband Willis upon our arrival walks thru the lobby with a big..."Honey I'm home!" Lol. Its definitely a welcome family feel where the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Look out ladies. There is a staff member that works at the front desk named Ashley and has blond hair. She can be very flirtatious and she did it to my husband. When she seen me she stopped and went to the other side of the desk. I have notified them and did not receive anything back. Guess management doesn't care how their staff treats customers.Not a good way to run a business. When you're guests feel uncomfortable you think they would do something about it. We did have reservations for the end of January but we will be cancelling. We will find another hotel to stay at.

This hotel and their staff are GEMS!! This is my second time staying at this hotel in 2 months. Yes, I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel buy why mess with perfection. At this hotel, you feel like family. I was pleasantly surprised as well that on New Year's Eve the hotel put out a spread of snacks and other food for their guest who were celebrating the New Year in the lobby playing games and sitting by the fires. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet.

Even though I lost my pajama pants somewhere in the room, this was a nice place to stay. When I called to see if the pants had been found, the manager was very nice. The room was clean and so was the bathroom.

I had stayed years ago at this location and was pleased then. Now that a major renovation and additions were added this is a destination! The lobby and rooms are beautiful. They have a spa and restaurant on the premises and a lovely indoor pool area. I would recommend this to all my friends and family who visit the area.

We love to stay here at the Best Western. The kids love the pool, and the restaurant. The 2 room suite is perfect for our family as it gives us space to spread out and sleeps all of us comfortably. The staff is friendly and kind. The hotel is located centrally to all the local attractions and is only 45 minutes from Hershey Park and and hour 125 minutes from Sesame Place! We will return soon!

The Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites is located in the heart of the shopping area. You can walk to various shops from this Inn. There is a nice pool located in an outbuilding across from the lobby. They have plenty of parking, and have a restaurant located in the building. Lots to do during your stay here. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

We were on a "girls" weekend and picked this Hotel because we had stayed once before on a recommendation. You will not be disappointed. Clean, very friendly staff, excellent service and a warm and comfortable atmosphere. . And a free hot breakfast. Will come back on my next visit.

Nice clean room, staff was always friendly, pool nice, continental breakfast good. We called on are way to see if room was done early, it was, they let us check in early which was really helpful. Didn't care for the on site restaurant, it was clean but food was not that good and services was really slow without many people in restaurant.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. 1 bedroom suite was large and comfortable. We loved the pool and the rooms were quiet even though there were a lot of kids in the halls. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Location was fine - I was expecting more around based on other reviews but it was a short drive to most things. Very quiet on Sundays as most places are closed but that was fine by Me! Hope to stay here again.

What can I say another wonderful getaway at Best Western Plus at Intercourse PA. 6 years we have been coming to this hotel every spring fora quick over night and every November for a couple of night. This is a great hotel in the heart of Amish country. It was recently reconstructed as a brand new facility but with maintaining the local look and charm. The staff is great with special recognition for Ashley. She is so friendly and helpful she made our stay special. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and engaging staff. Exceptionally clean hotel; even with several soccer teams staying for a tournament. Bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Beds were comfortable. Old Mill Restaurant was slightly above average food and gave great discounts for hotel guests. The only drawback was our room faced the back of the property and did not have any full-close drapes on the windows, which made my wife quite uncomfortable getting changed at when it was dark.

The rooms in this hotel are very nice. We were lucky and got upgraded to a king suite, which was really nice. The breakfast was really good as well, and was reasonably priced. The location is very convenient to get to the main shopping areas.

This is the fourth time we have visited this hotel. We love the location, and the hotel is always very nice. This time, however, the service in the restaurant for breakfast was terrible. They were short staffed and we waited over 20 minutes for our breakfast, and didn't receive all of it. The mattress was very hard, and uncomfortable, but we will return again next year. This is our annual trip with very dear friends, and love the shopping and Christmas Shows.

We wanted to experience the Amish countryside and all it had to offer and decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Intercourse, Pa. We could not have been happier. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the time we departed, we were looked after in a professional, yet very warm and personal manner. We loved everything about our stay here and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Took a short two day trip to Lancaster. We normally don't stay over, but were lucky enough to win a gift card for Best Western from AAA. Well maintained hotel. Close to attractions. Would definitely stay there again. Nice breakfast.

We stay here l of the time and love the 3 queen suites. There are 9 of us this week and this hotel fits our needs perfectly ! Our only complaint is that there are no luggage racks so there is no place to put your suitcase . We did not even have the bench that so many other rooms have .

We went for a quick getaway with a group of girls. We were thrilled with this property. The spa was excellent. We received pedicures (only 2 chairs, but worth the wait), however the spa offers a wide range of services. They also had a meditation room where they gave you a small thoughtful snack while your nails dried. The technicians were friendly and kind and had a wealth of information about the area to share. Our room was very clean and roomy with a balcony (facing out to the parking lot). There was a free breakfast included that was very nice and also the hotel provided a coupon for a discounted breakfast if you chose to eat in the attached restaurant. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and kind. The pool was very clean and inviting as was the hot tub! I would highly recommend this hotel for the rural area it is in.

We have not stayed with Best Western for some time and we were very impressed with this property. The facilities were extremely neat and clean. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk. She took the time to explain the area nearby and we were given coupons for the restaurant and nearby shops. We used the work-out facilities and the pool. If you are touring the adorable town of Intercourse, PA, this is the place to stay. You can walk to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless, everything is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are in a building across from the hotel and were very nice. Parking was not an issue. Free continental breakfast was very good but you have to time it right, they moved it from the restaurant to the hotel meeting room which does not have enough room when the bus people all come down at one time. An easy walk to Kettle Kitchen Village Shops and other shops in the area. A very enjoyable weekend.

Absolutely the best time I've stayed at a hotel. Great room, delicious and plentiful breakfast, wonderful staff. This was my first girlfriend weekend with two friends and the overall experience (hotel, location, food) was amazing. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. So good. My husband and I have eaten at the restaurant on previous occasions and also found the food delicious and plentiful (and not expensive).

We have stayed at several other hotels over the past 30 years but this is always our first choice when rooms are available. You will find a pleasant staff from the housekeepers to the front office who make you feel like it is there pleasure to serve you. Everything is so clean and that's so important to us. Pool and hot tub are amazing - having a walking disability and having double rails and shallow steps into the pool and hot tub area are a bonus for me. Ample soft towels are always available in pool area as well as a changing room. There is a restaurant attached where you can purchase meals using coupons given to you @check-in. The food is adequate but not exceptional in our opinion. Lovely areas in lobby to enjoy the fireplaces.We were in 2 room suite this time with a roll-in shower which suited me so well. All in all this is the a wonderful place for some rest & relaxation.

I really appreciate him for giving us an extra mile to help me celebrate my wife's birthday by giving us a free upgrade. That was so great of him, so thank you really. Excellent hotel in a great location. However, it's the staff that made the weekend winderful. They were not only incredibly accommodating, they were a joy to talk to. Really made us feel truly at home.

My only complaint was we didn't get to stay longer. Ashley at the front desk instantly made us feel welcome and made check in a pleasure. King suite very nice and roomy. Free breakfast was very satisfying and breakfast area very clean and well organized.

Nice clean rooms, with helpful friendly staff. The hotel is located within walking distance of town and about 25 minutes from Lancaster and the outlet malls. The quality of the continental breakfast was fair. There was a good variety but the food lacked taste. We would stay there again.

I took my wife for a short get-a-way to Intercourse, PA. We chose the Best Western Intercourse Village on the recommendation of a good Friend. The Hotel location in great, right in the center of the village with easy walking to the area stores and attraction. The hotel reception and check-in was very quick and the young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, extremely clean and well laid out. We had a queen room, with 2 queen beds which were extremely comfortable. The room was a neat as the first day of arrival every day when we returned. The continental breakfast was much more that the normal "continental" breakfast. The breakfast selections alternated every other day. One day would be scrambled eggs with large sausages and potatoes. There was also a selection of bread to toast and muffins and bagels, fresh yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal and cold cereals plus coffee, tea, white and chocolate milk and juices. every other day the choices would change to sausage patties and French toast sticks instead of the potatoes. The Old Mill restaurant attached had very good food that was near home cooking. the staff was very good We had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel.

My daughter and I had a three day stay in Lancaster County. This hotel was recommended to us, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone else. The beds were comfortable; everything was clean; the staff was friendly and helpful; and there was lots of comfortable seating in the lobby. The location was handy to many of the things we wanted to do in the area. Kitchen Kettle Village was a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent hotel in great location. I have stayed at this hotel almost every year during the last 20 years or so. It was much smaller when I first stayed there. Great service and very clean and quiet. Now it has grown in size and popularity tremendously. And they truly have earned it. And feels safe and secure. They offer great deals and give upgrades even without asking for it. I booked one room. When I arrived they had given me a two room suite with a patio, and garden. WOW !

We have never stayed at a Best Western, and we were pleasantly surprised. My husband and I stayed here for the weekend for a nearby wedding. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. We loved the hot tub and indoor pool. However when we called for more pool towels, we were told there were no more towels. We had to share one towel which was a bummer. Breakfast was satisfying. Nothing over the top. A quick and convenient way to start the day. Overall, nice place. We would recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent stay, extremely clean with many upgrades. Only complaint at all (although minor) was that we were looking forward to making our own waffles at breakfast as the other motels do. Rooms very homey and loved that we could sit outside privately from our room and enjoy the horse and buggys.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel 10-06-2017 while on an extensive trip to the East Coast of MA. We wanted to see Lancaster County. The hotel has a wonderfully welcoming lobby offering unlimited coffee and other comfort pleasantries. Check in was very easy and the ladies were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was everything we wished for, clean and a great bed. Our arrival was a bit late for us as seniors after a long day of traveling so we chose to eat at the on site Ole Mill Restaurant. Our service was a bit slower than we would have liked but they were extremely busy. Our food was very well prepared and delicious. We choose the continental breakfast the following morning and found it to be very adequate and pleasing. The property appeared to be appealing to all ages. If ever in PA again, we would definitely stay at this property.

We went to the BW with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The motel is near to a lot of shopping areas with some great places to browse and buy. We loved he surrounding area, with the Amish farms and friendly people.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Great restaurant attached as well for breakfast. They gave us a voucher for a breakfast but for a nominal fee we were able to upgrade to something different. Played cards at a table in the lobby with the kids - lots of fun. Nice little workout room too.

We stayed overnight at this Best Western in Intercourse Village after a wedding that was held in location nearby. The staff was welcoming and efficient in checking us in on our evening arrival. Our room was spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. A hand written welcome note from our room maid was on the bedside table! It was very quiet for sleeping. Upon opening the blind in the morning an Amish buggy was seen passing by. We chose to have breakfast at the on site restaurant, using the 30% off coupon provided at checking. It has great menu choices, attentive service, and again very pleasant and welcoming staff. The food was quiet fresh and delicious. This hotel is very convenient to launch some Amish country sight seeing or shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one night while we visited the shops in the area. It's very nice, updated, and had the cleanest bathtub I've ever seen. Don't recall the name of the young lady at the front desk (young, blond) but she was so welcoming and friendly! The restaurant was busy and they seemed to be woefully understaffed. There aren't many restaurant choices very close, and they close early. The staff was wonderful but they were clearly overburdened. Staff up! The food was ok. I'd like whoever cleans their bathrooms to come to.my house and clean!

I stayed here while attending a family wedding in the area. I was very impressed. This hotel had wonderful amenities while maintaining the charm and quaintness of a small inn. Very in tune with the surrounding area. Will come to visit again.

We were in a spacious room and the cleanliness can't be any better. There are so many things to do in the area and restraunts galore. Entertainment is available whether it is a movie, play or show. And don't forget the shopping!

Our family had a great time as always at Bestwestern Intercourse. This was an adult only weekend but it also serves as are our get together with the grandkids .very clean and family friendly. The pool and hot rub help us relax after a full day of shopping and entertainment. Bei g a rewards member we also enjoyed the breakfast offer us. Plenty of choices. Fruit, juice ,eggs bread selection, cereal and more. Staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We've stayed at the Best Western Intercourse Hotel a few times. They've upgraded the rooms a bit this time. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the heart of Amish country. In the evening it's quiet and enjoyable. The only down side was our room. That's not to say it wasn't enjoyable, however, we found the bed very hard as did our daughter and son-in-law in their room. And upon arriving we noticed a few pieces of hair on the top of the toilet tank. I notified the desk and it was cleaned. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

Hotel and room were very clean, which is always my #1 priority. Room was nice, bathroom well stocked and super clean. Bed was comfortable. We were running the Bird-In-Hand 1/2 marathon and wanted to come back after and shower, we asked for late checkout in the morning and they were very accommodating. We would certainly come back.

If you are visiting Lancaster this is the place to stay! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, a restaurant on site and a full coffee/latee bar in the hotel lobby. I appreciated everything about my stay here and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My husband and I will be back here again and we are so happy we decided to stay at this location. Amazing food, nice and clean rooms, helpful desk. kids loved the pool, and the location was perfect in the center of Amish town. WiFi wasn't working but since it was a short stay i didn't care about it. will definitely come again!!!

I haven't stayed at BW for some time and thought they were less "nice" than Hamptons and such. I was wrong, at least in this case. The hotel was very nice, rooms were very clean and décor lovely. The staff was super friendly as I asked a zillion questions about restaurants, directions, things to do. They have a lot of information right at the desk...just ask. The pool was really nice...you have to walk outside very briefly but it was a very large space and had a hot tub too. Plenty of room for a lot of swimmers. PLUS...THE BEST PART...IT WAS THE WARMEST POOL I"VE EVER SWAM IN AT A HOTEL! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was the breakfast. It was a bit lacking and repetitive the 3 days we were there. Sufficient by all means but variety would have been nice. NOTE: They give you a small breakfast voucher at check in for 2 items in the restaurant...YOU MUST ASK for the breakfast buffet voucher instead that is more typical of an included breakfast. Again, I will say the hotel was quick to offer that to us without hesitation. I'd definitely stay here again!

The motel was located in the heart of Intercourse Pa, within walking distance of the shops and restaurants, there was a restaurant of site, and a large indoor pool area. The rooms were nice and clean beds were comfortable. The lobby was amazing with the fire place.

Good location staff were very friendly and helpful clean and comfortable. Food was good at the restaurant and the breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay here again so much close by to do. Lots of shops

Our stay was pleasant, relaxed and overall felt welcomed and everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was a great experience. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel when in the Lancaster region. It is situated in the heart of Intercourse and in close proximity to everything you will want to do while staying. In fact it is a short walk to Kettle Village.

I was thankful to find that everyplace we visited, from the hotel lobby to the pool to the restaurant (and, of course, our room) was very clean. I did not have any reservations about sleeping under the covers (an unfortunately situation that I've faced at other hotels). In addition to the level of cleanliness, I was extremely impressed by the friendly staff; even people that we passed by in the hallway smiled (genuine smiles, not, "I have to do this or the boss will be mad" smile) and said hello.

This was a last minute weekend getaway. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at this hotel. We are a family of 6. 2 boys and 2 girls. The 2 bedroom suite was awesome with enough room for everyone. Only 1 bathroom but an extra sink outside of it, which made it easier for everyone to get ready. The room also has a microwave and a fridge and that was very useful as well. The pool was fantastic too!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was prime. Right in the middle of everything. Pretty much all walking distance. We will recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

We recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to get away and enjoy a little R&R. Hotel was beautiful inside and out, people who worked there are wonderful! We def will return! The hotel is located a short walk away from Kitchen Kettle Village just outside of the high traffic area. The King Suite that we stayed in was spacious, clean and updated. There is plenty of on-site parking. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative to this hotel is the on-site restaurant. We went for a late lunch (around 3:30 p.m.) and decided to order something fast (LOL) - a bacon cheeseburger and a French Dip. There were only three other tables that were occupied at the time and everyone had already been served. Imagine our amazement when it took a 1/2 hour to get our order. The carrots that were placed on the French Dip plate were slimy and the bacon cheeseburger was served w/o the bacon. When I mentioned the omission to our server, she brought me a plate of two slices of cold bacon. The fries that were served with the burger were obviously frozen and then deep fried. You would think that being in the heart of farm country, the restaurant would use fresh ingredients. We decided not to take advantage of the "free" breakfast the next day because we didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour for eggs and toast. The restaurant definitely needs a visit from Gordon Ramsay.

We have stayed here for 8 years always a great stay. Close to shopping ,wineries, real amish experience. The amish furniture is to die for not toward on the wallet. Top notch service every where' Plenty of amish food it is not bad . Old style shopping all in walking distance . Park your car at the hotel and walk . Across the street is all you need to do.

This is the second time I have stayed here since their remodel and we LOVE it! I love how it is so close to town, we took our toddler out for a walk every day, close to Kitchen Kettle- the pool is nice, the grounds are beautiful - the staff is awesome!! We will come back and stay here again!

Best Western Plus is a beautiful place to stay with your family. The complimentary breakfast is good, along with the 24 hour hot tea and hot chocolate. Kettle Village is 2 minutes away for your shopping needs.

Love staying here during my visits to the Amish. I won't stay anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Best Western, Intercourse PA is home away from home for me. Serenity Day Spa is excellent.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we brought our teenaged grandson, who really enjoyed the pool. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for our needs, as the bathroom was between the rooms & there were doors for privacy. The location is very convenient & close enough to enjoy the sites without feeling you are in the commercial areas of Lancaster. The staff was wonderful & very helpful. The breakfast buffet was new this year & convenient for rewards members. We love this hotel & plan to visit many times, as it is not too far for a short getaway.

We have traveled quite a bit in the past few years during our retirement and have found the Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites at the top of the list of places to stay. The staff is just exceptional and goes out of their way to see that you enjoy your stay. The facilities are top of the line from the restaurant, rooms, and indoor pool.

We arrived on a Sunday, check in was at 4 PM. Were greeted right away by a friendly front desk employee. They had 2 women here, which helped not having to wait to check in. Checked into our room, clean and neat. We had a small patio that had a bench on it. Our room had 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable, just wish they had a choice of pillows since all ours were soft, my husband said they were great, I prefer firmer pillows. Our room had a refrig, and microwave. We received breakfast with our 2 night stay at their restaurant attached to the hotel. Monday morning, we were seated right away, but waited 15 min for a waitress and an additional 20 min for our food to come out. At the time we were seated, it was only half full. It was plentiful and kept us full all day. Tuesday breakfast went much better. Again, half full restaurant. Seated again right away, and waitress and food came out much faster. I liked the room set up very much. When we walked in, there was the bathroom, then the beds. This enabled any noise outside in the hallways to be a minimum. I never heard voices or any running up and down the hallway. Pool is in another building, and they have a basketball hoop, ( just ask front desk for a ball). Parking lot was plenty. Location is great.

We stayed at this hotel for leisure. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Nice attractions near by. The on site restaurant has adequate menu to offer a nice variety.

This is the first time we have stayed here. It was a last minute trip and lucked out getting a room. It was on the first floor with a cute outside patio with a bench. The room was very clean. It was quiet and just a really nice stay. There is a nice indoor pool but we were too tired to swim. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for our trip - we went to sight and sound theater, rode Strasburg railroad, went to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm - and then in the evenings enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the hotel. You can either eat at the Old Mill Restaurant for complimentary breakfast (you get a lot of food!) or you can eat in the buffet style room for Best Western Rewards members - also great selection of food. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. This place is very clean and I'd come back again and again.

Nestled in the midst of Pennsyvania Dutch Country is this really nice, quick, well maintained beautiful property-Best Western Plus Hotel. We have come to find this place accommodating in every way; the rooms are nice,y appointed and immaculate; the location is perfect and near shopping and food within walking distance; but most impressive is the staff that are friendly, helpful and a step above mire employees. They want you to enjoy your visit and you actually cone to feel your staying at thier home, not just a hotel where they work! Surprise to find this kind of caring and interest in the guests...not your typical hotel.

We stayed in a queen suite that was perfect for us and our 3 young grandchildren. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The Olde Mill Restaurant served delicious, healthy food. We ate dinner and breakfast here, and both the wait and kitchen staffs went above and beyond to prepare tasty meals that the kids with food allergies could eat. Great experience overall -- would definitely stay here again.

My family recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Intercourse pa for a family reunion, we were a group of 41 people ranging in age from 2 to 90. Most of us arrived at the hotel at the same time and check in was smooth and easy. the rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area it is close to shopping, restaurants, and other activities.

Best Western is just the best, as far as I'm concerned!!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else while I'm in Lancaster. Their staff is friendly, facility beautiful, and the cleanliness is noticeable! We'll definitely return on our next trip to Lancaster.

We needed a place to stay in Lancaster County and the Best Western Plus in Intercourse, PA was highly rated on Trip Advisor. The customer rating was exactly correct! The staff was professional, yet friendly which can be a difficult point to achieve. The hotel was extremely clean and odor free which is very important to us. I will stay in this hotel again if I can get a reservation. They seem to sell out quickly because of the excellent service and extreme cleanliness.

this was an excellent hotel with large rooms which were well cared for. A very polite staff. The restaurant had really excellent food with a large choice of items. I had been really hopeful that this inn would help my grandchildren experience what is "Pennsylvania Dutch" and I was happy thatthis was the case.

We stay here several times a year. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean. It has an indoor pool a few steps across the parking lot, a spa, an attached restaurant, a coffee bar, exercise room, and now a buffet breakfast room which offers numerous items for breakfast. (You can still go to the resturant for breakfast if you prefer. ) Of course there is fun shopping within walking distance.

The Best western is a very nice hotel located among the Amish. We enjoyed our stay as we go up that way once a year. Wish we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was convenient and the food was appetizing.

We stayed here three nights on our honeymoon. Our room had a nice balcony. The bathroom was little small but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and lots of locals were eating there which was a nice change from the usual hotel breakfast. The coffee cake was especially good! Pool area was great and never crowded.

We were enjoying our time in the Amish country so much we decided to stay another night. The hotel we had been staying at was booked. So we made our way to the Best Western, who welcomed us eagerly. Other than the pull out sofa (which my kids woke up during the night complaining about) we had a great stay. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome! The check in staff was very helpful! Breakfast was delicious. The price was actually cheaper than where we had been staying. I wish we'd been staying there the whole time. Great place to stay. Super clean!

I made a last minute reservation for this hotel. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. We got an upgrade to an amazing room. The room was clean and spacious. My mother and I brought my grandmother for her first time to Lancaster. My grandmother raved about the hotel's cleanliness and decor. She really had a wonderful time visiting the area and experiencing the culture.

I travel constantly, and this is one of the Hotels that I go back to every, single time. The hotel is lovely, homey and the staff are always so nice and dressed so well! The rooms are really comfortable, and without a doubt the CLEANEST rooms I've ever stayed in. Internet is easy, fast, and has never lagged when I've been there. I've also never encountered noise when I'm trying to sleep. It's difficult to hold Hotels accountable for noisy, rude people, but so far - and maybe it's the location, I've never not had a perfect nights sleep. The restaurant is friendly and the food is good - similar to your favorite, comfortable diner in your home town. We've also had the free breakfast buffet and I'm very impressed. Real sausage - not the microwaved patties that you'll find in a ready-made breakfast sandwich! Overall - I've stayed at some of the finest, most expensive hotels the world has to offer, but I've never been as impressed with a hotel as I am with this one. Good, old fashioned customer service. Very well done!

Extremely helpful desk staff! A pleasure to deal with as they went the extra mile for our business and were successful. A downside was the hotel restaurant, not the best quality food as our breakfast was served cold and the usual return to the kitchen ritual began. No management ever approached us to offer an apology or to offset the issue.

Every time we come to the Lancaster area we book this hotel. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The people are really nice the breakfast in the hotel is great. They have a separate building with an indoor pool and a basketball court. You can walk to several quaint shops in the area. Nice decor too!

We picked this hotel for location and were not disappointed. It was right in the heart of Amish land. We were extremely satisfied with everything about the hotel. The staff, service, accommodations were outstanding.

This is a nice hotel in the small town of Intercourse, PA. Stayed in a two bedroom suite consisting of a bedroom with two queen beds and a separate room with a sofa bed and second TV. Perfect for my family of five. It can get a bit loud in the morning with vehicles pulling up to the hotel, my room had a window facing the driveway. The housekeeping was good. Overall I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. There is an indoor pool with an outdoor patio for sunning. The rooms are modern and clean. The lobby is large with lots of area's for sitting, a large fireplace and a friendly atmosphere. They keep a coffee/tea station well stocked all day long and into the evening. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. There is an on-site restaurant with a good selection. The only drawbacks were very slow drains in the sink and bathtub. If they improve their plumbing I would stay here again. The location was PERFECT - just a few steps away from Kitchen Kettle Village and maybe a mile away from the "Amish Experience". From the hotel and west for miles are wonderful antique and gift shops. Kitchen Kettle Village is a must see on your visit.

Check in staff extremely helpful....Restaurant staff courteous and very friendly! Room was perfect in every way, plan on visiting again! Ran into a key problem and it was solved within minutes. Also staff retrieved a luggage cart at the same time. Can't say enough about how much I and my daughter enjoyed our trip! Convenient to many shops and distance to Lancaster PA.

We had never stayed at a Best Western before and were pleasantly surprised. This is a clean, up-to-date, and attractive hotel with courteous staff. We had an ADA suite, which was very spacious - even had a separate living room and two TVs. The roll-in shower was easy to access, but the bathroom floor was designed with a slight incline, with the shower at the highest point, which caused water to drain "downhill" instead of down the drain. This made a wet mess every time the shower was used. Swimming pool was great, and we also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel's restaurant each morning. (The locals seem to enjoy breakfast there, too!) The hotel is close to many Amish attractions. Be aware that local traffic can be noisy, even at 2:30 a.m.! All-in-all, we had a very good stay and were impressed by the hotel.

Just had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus-Intercourse, PA. Rooms were immaculate. Lobby and hotel were beautifully decorated. The hotel was so clean. Rooms were well laid out and the outside deck off of our room was a pleasant surprise. We did utilize the indoor pool which was great and the outdoor seating area off of the pool was a great place to relax after a long day of shopping. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel-as it was a fantastic experience.

We stay at this BW location twice a year. The hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. The top notch staff always ensures that every aspect of your stay is satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lancaster area.

The hotel was a good choice in the PA Dutch country. The Kettle Village was in walking distance, and the location of the hotel on a main road made it easy to get to many other sites. For the most part the front desk was very pleasant. Only one problem. The credit card did not go through on the first or second try. A fraud alert from the credit card company said that the person at the desk put in the wrong code from the back of the card. Her attitude was snippy. On the other hand, Ashley at the front desk couldn't do enough for us. She was pleasant, helpful and fun. All in all,

We stayed in a 2 room suite with 3 queen beds and a sofa bed which was enough room for our entire family. The room was spacious and also included a balcony. Our family enjoyed the fact that there was also an indoor pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We didn't eat in the restaurant nor did we take advantage of the breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Just completed an overnight stay at the Best Western Plus Intercourse village. The room was great extremely spacious and clean. Everyone we encountered could not have been nicer. The breakfast was outstanding and great value. In summary very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Meticulously clean hotel. We love the suite style lodging and this is perfect. We stayed in a King suite and had an outside patio! We enjoyed our bottle of wine at 11pm on our patio. Pure relaxation! now they started a hot continental breakfast beginning of June '17. Again very clean and excellent food. You can tell the whole crew takes pride in their hotel service. We stay there everytime we go to Lancaster.

Very nice facility with heated indoor pool and hot tub, great location right in the heart of Penn Dutch Country and close to many attractions and dinning options, helpful, friendly staff very anxious to assist. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Reception was very good. The room was spacious with small balcony. Clean, free wifi, charger for phone/tablet etc, no room safe. The wash basin was in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. Free parking. The booking was for room with continental breakfast. The breakfast was not as per the booking as you are limited to select just 2 items .These are described as "free", but really form part of the room rate. A unique arrangement which doesn't feel "right" . The location is very good , an easy walk around town and an easy drive around beautiful countryside. Another first for me was finding a prominently positioned envelope by the bed requesting a gratuity. I would still stay again.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we stay at. Every time we come to Lancaster. PA either to Dutch Wonderland or Sight and Sound in Lancaster we stay here. So many shops along the street within walking distance and the sounds of the Amish buggies going up and down the street makes for a perfect experience of old Amish country for both young and old. We recommend this hotel to all our friends that travel to Lancaster County, PA

This is a great hotel and an awesome place to stay in the Intercourse area. This is a Best Western Plus, so the bar is already pretty high. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. The decor is respectful of the local area, and is maintained at a very high level. The lobby has everything you need, from local brochures to the Fireside Coffee Bar where you can get a pretty decent latte. The best thing the lobby has is a friendly, competent staff. I want to call out Ashley, who helped check us in, but who also advised on local attractions, set us up for breakfast and dinner coupons, and arranged tickets to the Sight and Sound show, at a discount, of course. Our room was very comfortable... a King Suite... with a small seating area and a balcony that overlooked the restaurant parking lot. Not the greatest view, granted, but still nice. The bed was very comfortable, and helped me get a full-night's sleep for a change. The shades kept the room dark when we wanted it dark, and the room was exceptionally quiet. Fridge, microwave, electrical outlets so we didn't have to move furniture to plug stuff in, USB charging ports, and a great shower. The pool building is a few steps away from the front door, and you do have to go outside to get to it, but the building itself was nice and peaceful... even had "spa" music playing. My wife and I had the run of the place for about an hour, so we made use of the 3.0 to 5.0 foot deep pool, and the hot tub. Ashley pointed out that we had access to a members' breakfast, which we took advantage of the first day. We went to the Old Mill Restaurant attached to the hotel for day two, with a 30-percent off coupon that she gave us at check-in. The food in the members' breakfast was okay, but the restaurant's was better, of course.

We stayed for two nights with our two year old. I wish it had been a longer stay! Great value!! Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Room (suite with a separate bedroom): -was HUGE!!! -Immaculately clean - I can't stand grimy hotels and a lot of reviews over state cleanliness. I was not disappointed here. -lovely bathroom and shower (no bath) Pool -so pretty. - clean and stylish -brand new looking -hot tub - mechanisms for helping disabled people into the water Restaurants/breakfast - slow but friendly service -fresh food -large portions and cheap prices - great eggs -Amish people dine there too Tip: kitchen kettle village is across the street. Don't miss it. Cute to wander around.

I highly recommend the Best Western in Intercourse PA. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were great! The Olde Mill Restaurant was very good and I loved the variety of breakfast options for guests. Also , the little things were nice - like having a variety of teas available with the coffee options in the lobby and the indoor pool with pool towels readily available. It was a great stay!

We have stayed at the Best Western Intercourse several times now! It has the Best of everything and we love staying there! Comfortable mattresses, clean rooms and reasonably prices! Staff is just wonderful and very helpful! You will love the hotel and rooms! We are getting ready to book our 5th stay there!

Staff and facilities are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub building. Our group congregated around the comfortable seating outside the pool building during our stay. The lobby is spacious and comfortable as well.

I would recommend Best Western Plus Intercourse Village hotel to anyone. The staff-where should I start?? They were amazing. They were so hospital and attentive. We arrived in a Thursday evening and was greeted with the biggest smile. The desk attendant checked us in, made sure we were receiving the best rate and gave us some suggestions on places to visit. Our room was kind of warm that evening but we thought there temperature had just not been adjusted before we arrived. The next day, upon returning from Kitchen Kettle Village, our room was just plain hot! We talked to the desk clerk who had actually already clocked out, and he still acted immediately to help us. He checked it himself then called the appropriate staff to help. Hey had to change our unit twice. We offered to stay when they were getting to change the unit again but the manager assured us if they couldn't get it fixed after this unit change, they would move our stuff to another room so we didn't miss out on any of our planned activities. They were all just amazing!! The location is also superb-just a couple of blocks from Kitchen Kettle Village as well as many, many little stores and shops. Again-LOVED this hotel!

Went to see Samson at Sights & Sound theater in Lancaster, Pa on May, 2017. I had stayed at the Amish Inn & Suites back in 2016 . Wanted to stay there again this year but was told we were staying at Best Western Intercourse Village Inn in Lancaster, Pa. I wasn't too happy because I loved the other place & their rooms. So we had booked the King size bedroom. We arrived at this place went to front desk & were greeted by the friendliest staff ever, gave us all the info you would need. Lobby super clean with sitting areas, huge fireplace, big room with a sitting area with a desk, super clean too looked like nobody ever stayed in there. We were surprised we had free laundry room, free wifi & room service if we needed something. Can't say anything negative about this place. Exceptional Staff, restaurant on premises. Food was also good & we got discount coupons to use at restaurant and also a list of places where we could get discounts. Amazing experience! Just booked a room at this place again for 6/2018

Excellent facility with newly redone rooms, spacious, plenty or drawer space, staff was exsceptional. Within 15 min of Sight and Sound Theater and Shady Maple Smorgasbord, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster,Pa. Loved our 3 day stay.

Got upgraded on this trip, very pleased! Been there seven years total so it was a definite plus this time! Centrally located to lots of Amish shops.. Good places to eat and all of the Amish charm.. traveled from Connecticut, but was well worth the ride there.

This was a last minute weekend getaway and has to be one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I went up for Mother's Day weekend and had such a relaxing time. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The lobby was very welcoming and the onsite restaurant was delicious. Ashley at the front desk was amazing!

Very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful if in the area, would stay there again. This was for a wedding and most of the guests stayed here. Even had an after wedding room at night which worked out great for all of us.

We were having our house renovated and needed to stay in a hotel for a couple days. We were lucky to find this one! The rooms were super clean and neat. The breakfast was served in the adjoining restaurant. We even ate dinner there on our last night. We enjoyed our stay so much! It was so peaceful and relaxing.We will definitely come back again!

My wife and I were only in town for a couple days and spent the night at BW Intercourse Inn. Its a beautiful property and hotel that is kept immaculate inside an out and the staff was very courteous . Our first floor room was very comfortable and clean and we equally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the restaurant. The location is ideal for walking over to the Intercourse Village and various shops along the street as well as being a short drive from Lancaster or Strasburg. We would most definitely stay here again.

This is not the best hotel in the charming village of Intercourse-it's the best in the county. Best Western's can vary-we've stayed at many "plusses" that really should be a minus. This should be a double-plus. First off I admit I was partial. As I walked in the lovely lobby and congratulated myself for choosing this property-I saw my name on a plaque! I had won BW Rewards member of the week-I barely remembered signing up for that on-line. I received complimentary show tickets, extra reward points and an up-grade to a suite for my week's stay! Sweet! The room was spacious, quiet, clean and nicely decorated. The village is great-shops to walk to and a lovely neighborhood in back great for after dinner strolls. Breakfast was good-nice to order off the menu-although not "complete" breakfast. We toured Lancaster and couldn't find any hotels that began to compare with this. I'd stay in Intercourse any day over the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. Listening to the clip clop of the horse drawn buggies was so nice as well as the lovely farm country in the area. Service at the hotel and restaurant are top notch. This is just a great place overall and I'd come again in a heart-beat-rewards winner or not.

Anytime My family & I come to Lancaster County we always stay at this Best Western Plus Hotel All the rooms are very spacious clean and well-appointed the beds are very comfortable the staff very friendly & helpful the indoor pool & hottub are great and the onsite restaurant serves up home cooked meals at reasonable prices this hotel is centrally located to all of attraction Lancaster County as to offer. This hotel was VERY, VERY clean and the staff was very nice. The room was very nicely decorated, the sheets and towels were nice and "new" looking. The bed was not super comfy, but then again, nothing is like your bed at home. I was told I booked a suite, but when checking in, the room had two beds and a pull out couch in a very small room that didn't fall under a "suite" category. The room in general was small, but very clean. The staff in the restaurant was so nice and the food was AMAZING. They offered a 30% off coupon for anything on the breakfast menu. Typically, I don't like to pay for breakfast in a hotel, but this food was so good, I didn't mind at all paying for it.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was exceedingly good both times. Have family in area and this time we had a sports competition. Service and all employees were friendly and very good. This is a great facility and I would recommend staying here for anyone in that area.

This hotel fits our needs. Five year old triplets. Our son has cerebral palsy. The pool and hot tub. The kids love. The rooms are clean staff is very friendly the food at the restaurant is amazing. They have free laundry machines. Walking distance to kettle kitchen.

The staff is always helpful and very welcoming at this BW. Our room was clean and well appointed. Their restaurant is open on Sunday which is a nice bonus for breakfast bc there is not much is open in the "quiet" area on Sunday. It is walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and a lot of other shops. If you have kids there is a very nice large indoor pool that is open until 11 pm, a great nighttime activity for them !

Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a handicapped room and it worked very well. The pool was great - we did water aerobics every morning. Coffee and tea always available. Very accommodating. They are very busy, so book early. We have already booked next years quilt retreat, and they are willing to do whatever they can to help us have a great set up.

Before heading to Philadelphia we meandered are way from CT. Through Amish area. My Grandson loves the farms and so do I. Upon arriving I took TripAdvisor advice and stayed in Intercourse PA. Lol. My daughter travels a lot and the thought of staying at a Best Western blew her mind. Well this Hotel was right in the quaint village. Rooms were large and extremely clean. New cozy beds. I am amazed at the friendly people we met and the antiquing is awesome. We stayed put and we're busy every day for 3 days. If you want a buggy ride go to a farm off main drag or the lines are long and the trip short. Nice pool, farms to visit are clean as can be and homemade ice cream wonderful. The food at Hotel is great and you know it's good when locals eat there. Enjoy Intercourse! Lol

Very inviting property. Perfectly clean. Friendly staff. Great restaurant on site. The location is in a quiet area but close to local shops and restaurants. Was surprised to find that there was a day spa onsite. I didn't have time to book any spa services but will if I visit here again. Great looking indoor pools. Easy parking. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Everything from the staff to the grounds is a step above many other places we've stayed. The basketball court is a nice touch, and we used it. The pool and hot tub seems very nice and clean, they just didn't fit into our plans this time Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, with a few amish options for those looking to a taste of the region. Check in and check out were both quick & easy.

A group of us, 5 women, went to the Lancaster area for a girl's weekend. The BW Plus Intercourse Village Inn was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay for the weekend. The facility is clean and bright and the rooms are spacious. Before dinner, we went downstairs and chatted off the lobby area where they had a sofa and chairs and a fireplace, which was burning. Even though the area was in the lobby per se, it felt cozy and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. It's served in the main restaurant. You have the choice of a free breakfast or 30% off the menu items. We all chose the free breafast items which were very filling. We all agreed that should we be in the area again, we would stay here.

A group of us have been going to the Best Western Plus in Intercourse for the last three years for a four-day quilt retreat. We love this place! We have had a wonderful time and we are so happy to have already made our room reservations for next year. Our group used two kinds of sleeping rooms. My roommate and I were in a room with two queen beds, but some of our group were in two-room suites - a back bedroom with two queen beds, and a front bedroom with one queen bed and a hideaway bed; bathroom, extra sink, counter area and a small fridge were between the two rooms and made it very convenient. Included with the room is a coupon for a multiple-choice breakfast; we always get more than enough to eat, and two of the servers in particular (Autumn and Brooke) were friendly, cheerful, efficient, and a lot of fun to see. We were happy when they were our breakfast servers! Most mornings the breakfast was very quick to come, although one morning it was a little on the slow side. That happens. But it was always delicious. If you like oatmeal, have a bowl – it's really good! The hotel has provided us with different kinds of areas for our quilting. Some choices we have liked better than others, but the hotel has always gone out of its way to make it as comfortable and as well arranged as is possible. It looks like next year's option will be even better than this year's, and we are already making our plans. We find that Darci and Ryan are really helpful, very patient :-), and always ready to do everything they can to make our trip a good one. We are grateful! The location of the hotel is very convenient; it is in easy walking distance to two fabric shops :-), a great yarn shop, Kitchen Kettle shops, and the downtown shopping area of Intercourse. But just a quick drive down the road puts you in the country where you can see horses and buggies, and you can drive through a covered bridge. The best of both worlds! If you are arranging a group event in the Lancaster area, I think you can't do better than the Best Western Plus in Intercourse. I can't wait to go back!

What a beautiful, friendly, efficient establishment. Cozy & clean. From the moment we arrived I felt like this was home away from home. The room (a 2-room suite) was spacious, had balcony & was quiet. They had a basketball court, pool, hot tub, outdoor activities, bikes for use/rental, & spa. I tried to get into the spa but even though they were supposed to be open, I think they left early for the holiday weekend. I never did get a return call or services. The kids (11, 13, 17), loved the pool & hot tub. My husband & I loved the relaxing aspect. The elevator was out of use but we were on the second floor so it wasn't too bad - they did have it fixed by the next morning. All staff was great. The one drawback was their restaurant. They were not prepared for this holiday weekend. Halfway through they were out of key items on their menu. (See my review of The Olde Mill Inn Restaurant). Pricey but worth it. Plan on spending time here to visit the Amish village & establishments nearby.

We have visited Lancaster County, PA at least once a year for over 40 years. In all that time, we have usually stayed in Lancaster, Smoketown, or Ronks. This was our first stay at your hotel and we have found a new Lancaster home.

Stay here every year when I come up always clean and pleasant staff. Pricing is good compared to area hotels, close to other restaurants and for what I come for very close to everything I need. Highly recommend this hotel.

we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The suites are big and comfortable. They also have a clean indoor pool. The location is ideal-you can walk to kitchen kettle village and other shops in Intercourse. They now have a breakfast room with a hot and cold breakfast. The lobby is very comfortable and inviting.and always has tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I will only stay here whenever I visit the Amish country.

Hotel, pool etc very nice. Breakfast service is awful. Happened a couple years ago and thought it was just a bad day. Stayed again this week and the same thing happened. Restaurant understaffed. Took 1-1/2 hours to get a simple bagel and fruit cup. After experiencing this twice a couple years apart, will choose another hotel next time.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, and always look to it as our first choice in the area. Very accomodating for someone like myself. who often uses a wheelchair. Hot tub and pool area are relaxing and well set-up. Breakfast, included with the room, is ample, well prepared, and served quickly. Rooms are quiet, spacious, and have comfortable furnishings.

We were here for a sports tournament and were so glad we stayed here. There was ample parking, it was easy to get to our venues, and the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and had a fridge and a little deck. We could see the horse and carriages go by. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the did offer complementary continental breakfast. We had to leave too early to enjoy it because the restaurant was very crowded. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

Great service and exceptional value. Every employee was friendly and professional. The whole location was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Plenty of parking available. We had a blast in the huge indoor pool.

I really wanted this to be great. I do a lot of research before I go anywhere and never have I ever had a bed this uncomfortable. EVER. Other reviews didn't speak to it. We both woke up with back pain, everytime. I have to give it to the staff they credited us significantly and really corrected the situation on the financial end, there were no rooms to switch too and no foam topper offered, so we had to leave and just couldn't stay another night in that bed. Otherwise, area is laid back, though roads are busy be cautious, hotel is clean, spa was exceptional. The restaurant was very slow but perhaps that's part of the charm? Ashley was great with the bed situation, but I suggest that they spend some money and get higher end beds, just can't recommend the hotel because of that. Even in cheaper places the bed was better. Hope they make the investment, again they compensated us for the problem so kudos for that.

I have been to many hotels and resorts in the Caribbean over the years and I can tell you I wish that more hotels & resorts were like this one. For a larger family we find that this hotel beats all other hotels without having to pay an arm and a leg. We get the room with 2 queen beds in the bedroom area and 1 queen bed & 1 pull out sofa in the living room area. Instead of having to book 2 rooms and "hope" that they are connecting when you get there OR have to book a massive suite at other hotels and pay a pretty penny for this hotel does it so great. I used to think that Best Western hotels were motel like; well this is FAR from it. It is so modern and clean that it puts other hotels to shame. The rooms are wonderful and super clean. The staff is so friendly and polite and always have a smile on their face. The hotel is so close to all the great shops in the area (within walking distance to some). It is the perfect location if you are looking to visit Amish Country. We have been going to Intercourse, PA since I was a baby (my family goes every year) and I am so glad we finally happened upon this Gem of a hotel. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling here!

First time stay, very impressed with the location. Decor of both lobby and rooms was very nice. Very quiet. Restaurant was a lovely addition, and we enjoyed the fact that there was breakfast seven days a week

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend and found the room very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming and plenty of room. The pool was nice as well. We would for sure stay here again!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool and hot tub are a draw for the young adults in our group. A light breakfast is included. The staff are always very friendly. We always enjoy the Kitchen Kettle Village a short walk from the hotel. Glad they have been opening on Thanksgiving the last few years. It's only for a few hours assuring workers can go home to their Thanksgiving dinners.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and attractive. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative i can find was the restaurant manager. We were staying with a wedding group and we were having breakfast. The grooms parents came down to join us. the mgr wound not accommodate adding a small table for two people so they had to sit alone. Plus he really needs to smile a little.

It has been a few years since our last visit to this hotel. When we arrived, we didn't even recognize where we were. Totally renovated! Walking from the main parking area is the detached building with swimming pool and hot tub. Stunning! Entering the spacious lobby, the first thing you notice is the warm fireplace and seating areas. Friendly, efficient check-in. We requested a quiet room on a top floor and that's exactly what we were given. Two queen beds, attractive decor. The bed was a little firm for myself but my husband had no complaint. Housekeeping is meticulous. Great breakfast is provided at the attached Old Mille Restaurant. Can't forget to mention location, walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and tons of shopping, buggies and food. My husband I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it for any age traveler!

This is the second time we stayed at this Best Western hotel and it will not be our last. We stayed with a large group both times and check in was quick and efficient. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. We ate breakfast in the restaurant both mornings we stayed and it was very good. There is a pool in a separate building that we did not use because of heavy schedule but would if we did not go with a group. There is a nice area outside the pool to sit and relax and since the weather was nice the end of October, we did that in between sightseeing and shopping. I would highly recommend this hote.

Very nice family hotel. Convenient restaurant with a country feel. We have stayed here twice with 2 adults and 3 children. Perfect layout for a family of 5. The staff is always extremely helpful and professional. This is always our first choice when we are in the area.

This hotel has it all friendly staff, very clean, good location and a restaurant that is attached to hotel with good food. We loved our stay , a last minute decision to go to the Lancaster area , and we certainly booked at the right place. We don't use the pool but it is a nice big one. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the lobby too.

Caters for tour buses. Staff slow, hotel dated. Food service poor and food itself terrible. Kitchen staff always hanging out side smoking. Situated right off the high street but really, don't Waite your money if you can stay else where.

We stayed in a king room suite. The room was extremely large and had plenty of room to stretch out. It was also great having the spa located in the same building. It was located in a great area so you had the peace of the country but within walking distance to all the little shops. The gym is supplied with updated and well maintained equipment.

This hotel is conveniently located to so many places by walking distance in Amish Country. Lots of neat shops and places to eat so close by. Our room was beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond.

This is in a great location to all Lancaster has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable. After being out all day, it was nice to return to our hotel. The included breakfast is good however, I would prefer a buffet. You have a choice of two liquids. Since I don't drink juice, my only choice was coffee so I couldn't pick another item. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel.

Intercourse Village Inn is located in a perfect area. Everything you need is close by and the hotel is the area's best. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant is excellent and make sure to bring your bathing suit the pool is wonderful.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had the room by the restaurant and were afraid that we'd hear noise from the restaurant when it was open. We didn't hear a thing. The area around the hotel is clean and neat as well. The town is full of things to do and the town of Lancaster is just a short drive away with more places to visit. I'd definitely go back for another stay here.

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night for a quick weekend getaway. Pros: The location of the hotel is easy to find and very close to attractions, including walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village shopping. Parking is free and ample, check in process was smooth, and the lobby was charming. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room.The room was very clean, spacious, and we did not hear any noise from other guests. Loved the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Cons: For a Best Western the hotel is on the more expensive end of the price scale, but we also booked last minute and this might have affected the rate. Not what I would call a value or deal, but you are getting what you pay for. To reach the swimming pool you have to walk outside of the hotel and cross the parking lot. Not an issue in the summer, but I did see some very cold kids on Saturday night! The complimentary breakfast is served in a restaurant attached to the hotel. The restaurant is very popular. We were unable to take advantage of this amenity as the line was 25-30 minutes at about quarter to nine on Sunday morning. As the breakfast offered is a 'continental breakfast' it would seem more convenient and accessible to be offered in the lobby or a separate breakout room, so hotel guests would not have to wait for a table/server etc. Overall a beautiful hotel in an beautiful location.

Wonderful hotel with nice rooms and comfy beds. Wish there were more handicapped parking spaces, but that's just a suggestion. The staff is friendly and Ryan even offered to bring my car to the door when we were checking out. It was a very sweet gesture and one that I really appreciated.

Stayed for a beautiful October weekend. The location is very convenient to Kitchen Kettle Village. It was an easy walk. The room was large, clean and a quiet location. It was convenient having a small fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable. The service was excellent. Would stay again.

This is a charming motel in the village of Intercourse,Pa. The lobby has a warm welcoming fireplace and a comfortable sitting area to sip your latte and chat with friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It has its own restaurant on site and a swimming pool and fitness center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And you can walk to Kichen Kettle Village and the other nearby shops but suggest you go by vehicle so you can stow your purchases! And watch for the Amish in their horse and buggy as they go about their business.

This Inn was fantastic, rooms were just what we expected and the customer service was the best I can remember from all of the places we stayed over the years. The greatest part was everything was close by and the restaurant next door was terrific-best food in town!!

This motel has very firm beds, but if you request it, they will put a pillow-soft topper on the mattress for you. We stayed there once before and didn't sleep well because of the hard mattress. This time, with the pillow topper, we had no problems! The management here aims to please, and please us they did this trip! Their staff was exceptional and friendly and attentive. We ate breakfast in their restaurant which was very good and extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back to stay here.

My husband and I recently lost our youngest son and have been busy trying to carry on. This was a much needed time to rest and grieve. The trees all along the ride were in beautiful fall colors, and the town is very quaint with quilting shops and locally produced jarred goods. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was good.

It was a delightful hotel in a beautiful location convenient to all tourist destinations it was really nice highly recommend it, The breakfast discount was great. The bed was luxurious, The shower was awesome, was,disappointed that their was no bath in such a nice room. Pool was wonderful and the exercise facilities were adequate.

This hotel is close to many of the Lancaster PA things to do like Rockvale outlets, Sight and Sound Theater, and American Music Theater. Very friendly staff makes the stay more enjoyable. Clean large suites are quite comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer. Good restaurant adjoining is location for breakfast. The hotel provides a coupon. Get there a bit early because it gets crowded after 9 am. In spite of the near capacity for the night, it was quiet in the room.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Very pleasant welcome on arrival, well equipped quiet room, good on-site restaurant, short stroll into town centre, reasonably priced. As UK visitors it's unlikely we'd ever be back, but if that were to happen we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in this vicinity.

Our go to place to stay. Hotel is updated and very nice. The rooms are very large and the beds are super comfy. Area is one of our favorites. We stay here all the time The included breakfast is good but you need to allot a lot of time. They get filled up quickly and get backed up.

The staff were all very helpful , pleasant, and offered excellent service. Eager to assist & please. We were traveling with my 89 yr old mother & they worked out things to meet our handicap room needs. Always very clean. There's a nice pool / hot tub. The area is kept warm & well stocked with clean towels. Thank you for a lovely time !

We just love this Hotel. The location is great. In walking distance to kitchen kettle and shops. It looks like new and clean. The breakfast vaulcher gives you nice choices. We have been going twice a year for our birthdays. The spa gets a A+. too

have stayed here for 3 years now and an enjoyable experience. Had a reservation issue this year regarding suite booked, but it was solved satisfactorily in a courteous manner. People here a terrific and hotel is very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere is great also.

Rooms very clean. Like the dividers between the patios it was nice to sit out and not see the people beside you.. The staff at the desk were very polite and helpful. Pool area is nice.. The restaurant food was very good. Will definitely return

We stay here every time we visit the Amish country, always clean, friendly people, eating at the restaurant for breakfast is a great way to get the day started, the food is alway great. Make sure you take a buggy ride from AAA buggies,. Can't wait to come back.

we stayed here for 2 nights and everything was just like the web site ...If not more !!!!The food was good ...pool and hot tub both were great.The room and decor was fantastic.short little mini vacation to see Lancaster..Will stay here again.

Overall everything was very nice. Beds were comfortable and everything was kept clean. Staff was friendly and able to take care of our needs. It was a great place to stay to be able to have large families or in our case 3 single woman share one room, but still able to have our own queen sized beds and not have to actually pay for two separate rooms.

Clean rooms and courteous staff make all the difference in whether you are going to enjoy the visit or not. My stay was excellent and enjoyable. The peace and quite atmosphere in this charming little village is great for those of us wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of big cities. To rest and to recuperate. ... I do miss the Amish Buggy that was in front and the old fashioned look that the hotel used to have. I first visited the old hotel about ten years ago , and stayed there at least five times. ...Great memories !

Absolutely amazing. Great price, great service, spectacular rooms. So happy to have stayed here. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed. beats out the crazy big city hotels who claim to set the standard. Thank you to all the great ppl of best western plus of intercourse !!!!!!!!!

We got about half off the room by visiting during the week and the crowds are far less. The hotel is almost across the street from the shopping center and in the heart of the quilting area as well as a few miles from the Amish market. The hotel sports a spa as well as a VERY good restaurant much better than most hotel eateries. Breakfast is included at the restaurant and it was filling and tasty.

This is a terrific location and I love you can sit outside. Rooms are fine, but not as good as the other BW Plus hotel I have stayed in on this trip. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and I came back to the hotel just for the coffee cake. Excellent !!!

This was the first time i have stayed at this hotel, i found it while searching online and it was beautiful, i would highly recomend it and will be staying here again the rooms were clean , and well decorated,, they staff was very helpful and location was perfect

This was the fourth year that we have stayed here and we are never disappointed. Well maintained property. Very clean rooms and and an attentive staff. We stayed in a suite which had a very large living room with a sofabed. You get a breakfast voucher for each day of your stay which you use in a sit down restaurant connected to the hotel. The food quality is very good. Good central location to most area attractions. We will be booking our next stay at this hotel soon.

My husband and I came back to this great hotel for a fall getaway. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lancaster. You can walk to Intercourse Village, which is wonderful. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food. You get discount coupons for the restaurant when you stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Wonderful lobby area with multiple fireplaces and free coffee.

I visit Lancaster at least once each fall and always choose this Best Western. Within walking distance to the most popular attractions in the area (Cafes, shops, pretzel makers, Amish goods, etc.) With a car you are minutes away from the outlets, restaurant chains, department stores, etc) The Inn is cozy with several sitting areas with fire places, coffee and specialty drinks. Breakfast in the restaurant is included as are donuts, danish & coffee/tea in the lobby. Employees are great and always pleasant and helpful. All types of rooms at various prices. I save my credit card points all year and cash them in for BW gift cards which pays for most of my stay.

I have been coming to this property for quite a few years and have never had a bad experience. The Thomas family has a great work ethic and runs an efficient, clean property with lots of hospitality for all! Even when the building was in the midst of its renovation a few years ago, with all of the construction and confusion, the staff went out of their way to make sure their guests had a pleasant experience. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Beautiful hotel! Decorated for fall, warm, inviting, and the fireplaces are a beautiful touch in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay top notch. We had a king suite and it was a really nice layout. Not too big on having the Jacuzzi tub right next to the bed, but the shower in the bathroom was huge and nicely done. We also had a ground floor room with patio and that was a really nice touch. There is a privacy wall between the patios so you aren't looking at your neighbors. The only negative we found was the room seemed quite dark even with the lamps (which are really neat) on. Some recessed lighting in the sitting area and bedroom would help. The lamps just didn't seem to give out enough light. Would say open the curtains on the sliding glass door to the patio except about 50 feet outside of our room was a house and their windows did look towards our side of the building. This hotel really is amazing and would recommend it to anyone! Restaurant was very nice, rustic look like the hotel. Simple but very good food, and you get to keep the coffee pot on the table! We didn't use the "free" continental breakfast coupons they gave us as we were hungrier than that, but with the 30% off a la carte both of us got a lot for only $13.

When I stay at Best Western, I usually downgrade my expectations a bit. It's really a mid-range budgetish (is that a word?) chain. This one was impressive and exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to a suite that included a large living room, a bathroom/kitchenette (well, a microwave and fridge in a hallway between the bedroom and living room that included a long counter and sink). It was simple - not a lot of furnishings but super clean, cozy and well-kept. Our room had a connecting door to the next room and the people next door apparently only had outside voices, but that's to be expected when you don't have insulation between that space. It wasn't too bad. The outside of the hotel was so clean - no spider webs or leaves left piled up. I figured out why the next day when I saw an older Amish gentleman meticulously cleaning all the large light fixtures and sucking up the leaves. There's "clean" and then there's "Amish clean". I've never seen such a well-maintained property. The housekeeping and desk staff were all so friendly. We hardly walked by anyone without being greeted. The location is perfect - just a short walk to town. If you listen in the early morning (or late on Sunday night about 10:30pm), you can hear the clip clop of the horses pulling Amish buggies past the property. You get a free breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. The free version is pretty basic - choose eggs and a roll/muffin/toast plus two drinks of your choice. But, you can also choose from their regular menu and get a 30% off discount. I hardly believed all the 5 star ratings when I booked this property for our 4 night stay in Lancaster County, but after staying there, I totally believe them. This is truly the best Best Western ever.

We stayed at BW Plus during the week in Oct. We had a King suite which was very spacious on the third floor. This room only had a shower - no tub. Beds are ok for comfort but not the best sleep and pillows were hard. The biggest negative was breakfast. (There is a restaurant on site.) You get a voucher for free breakfast. You are allowed to pick TWO items from a list of eggs, toast, oatmeal, muffins, etc. but no meat whatsoever and no yogurt. You may also have two beverages from a list of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, etc. If you choose not to use the voucher you may get 30% off of the regular breakfast menu. We ate supper at the restaurant the first evening we got in. My husband got the turkey dinner and it was those round slices from a pressed turkey roast that is a combination of dark and white - one of the worst things ever contrived by man!!! This property is in a good location in Amish country, walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and other shopping and close to all of the other areas within driving distance. Doubtful I would stay here again, though not saying never.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. They have remodeled and it is beautiful. The hotel is very clean. Beds comfortable and the staff excellent. The hotel is convenient and in walking distance to kitchen kettle village. The food at their restaurant very good.
