« Nothing fancy but I good deal »

This non pretentious hotel is slightly out dated but has lots of benefits. First all the rooms are actually 2 room suites. The breakfast offers waffles, eggs, bacon, cold cereal and more. The place is clean but some of the furniture should be replaced (the chair in my sitting area was threadbare ). The staff is pleasant and very helpful, and the price is really well below most motels in the area.

    « Clean friendly place »

We need a place to stay while cleaning up Mom's condo in Zionsville . Quiet and clean. Nice size suite with micro and fridge. A sitting room with sleeper sofa. Close to restaurants and Costco! Full hot breakfast with waffles , scramble eggs assorted breads, fruit, coffee tea and juices.

    « Wow! »

Stayed here on a Tuesday night. Easy to find with plenty of safe, convenient & free parking. Very welcoming, friendly & professional staff. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious with a separate sitting room with additional tv. Wi-fi was fast and free, with zero hassles signing in. One of the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable. Woke up refreshed. Loved that tea and coffee were available all night. Breakfast was typical eggs and sausage with make your own fresh waffles and fruit. I would suggest more vegan options. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will most definitely return! Thank you.

    « Very Accommodating »

We stayed here when we first moved to Indiana with our newborn baby, teenage son and pet cats while waiting for the rest of our things to arrive via moving truck. Let me tell you it was a stressful move. The staff here was very nice and greeted us every day and sparked up polite conversations. My husband and I liked how the rooms are separate from each other allowing privacy between where our teenage son slept and where us and our baby slept. The room was also big enough to store our checked bags from the flight and set up our pack 'n play for the baby to sleep in. It worked well as an in between place to stay as we waited for the rest of our things. The complimentary breakfast helped in the mornings and the grounds were nice. Plus with my husband's Best Western membership we were able to get a good price. Overall it was a nice stay. Another great Best Western stay, thank you.

« Our 'Go To' Hotel when we visit Indy..... »

We have stayed at this BW many, many times over the years & have never had any problems. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable & the staff is very friendly. We visit Indy quite often & don't even consider another hotel, unless for some reason this BW is booked, but thankfully-that's only happened a time or two.

    « Good Stay! »

Rooms were clean and pleasant. Hotel staff were professional and helpful. The rooms are really nice for business travelers. I particularly liked the suite style room. The only recommendation is that if you need more than one bed the pull out bed from the couch is not very comfortable.

    « Best Western Indianapolis »

Was upgraded for suite, very comfortable and lots of room. Separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge area. Wanted to stay extra nights since room was so nice, but had be on our way. Not enough seating at breakfast, so we ate in the lobby. Only three tables in their breakfast area so very crowded. Other than that very nice stop and close to highway.

    « Best Western Indianapolis »

The staff made my stay wonderful and the cost was very reasonable. Everything worked as far as internet, breakfast was wonderful and had everything I needed. Rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room. Did not have a pool but it was no problem. They had a fitness center with plenty of equipment.

    « Trip to U.S. Nationals (NHRA) »

Rooms clean and comfortable priced below comparable hotels in the area. Reasonably close to NHRA facility (Lucas Oil Raceway) Also has several good restaraunts within walking distance. Hotel breakfast O.K. for early morning meal. Hotel internet facility not the greatest

« Nice Place to Stay »

Conveniently located right off the interstate. We picked this hotel because it had decent reviews and we wanted something close to the Beef and Boards for a dinner and musical. Friendly and convenient check in. Hotel was nice with a clean and neat appearance. Room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, normal hotel breakfast -- eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, variety of pastries, cereals, juice, coffee, etc.

« Great place to stay »

Great Place to stay , very clean well managed, excellent breakfast, very nice front desk Manager, very helpful when ask questions about locations of places to dine or shop , a great pleasure to have stayed at this Best Western.

    « DCI Finals »

Had to make a last minute change due to original hotel being unfit. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. Great set up with separate room with couch and chair, didn't have to lay in bed all the time.

    « Good Stay »

The room was very comfortable and the price about right for the product. Room was very clean and the staff friendly and professional. The location is great, right off US 465. We plan to stay here the next time we visit in Indianapolis.

    « Great Little Get-Away »

Friendly staff, great location, very clean and close to our family. We will stay here again in when we come back. I am a rewards member and like that I can earn miles toward my southwest rapid rewards versus points.

    « Pleasent and relaxing »

Great place to stay. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat and smell fresh as apposed to many hotels who rooms are stuffy. This hotel actually has two rooms one for relaxing and one for sleeping. Television, microwave and refrigerator also in each room. Nice breakfast with some extras ie bacon, eggs gravy.

« Good hotel, quiet and small »

We stayed for several days in a king suite. Clean and spacious. Small hotel and very quiet. Convenient location close to shopping and places to eat. Friendly staff. The gym room is small and does not have much equipment - just the bike and the almost broken weight machine. Safe - security and police patrol the area at night, Overall a good place to stay.

    « Dissappointed »

Got this deal through Hotwire and did my research on Trip Advisor. We were really let down! Iron burn on the arm chair, cigarette burns in the comforter, air conditioning as loud as a jet, not to be outdone by the fan in the bathroom. People have mentioned the thing walls, this is true. Our shower/tub didn't drain well so we had to stand in 2 inches of water to get "clean". Warm welcome and right off the highway - both deserve mentioning. I would go to the other side of Carmel if I had the chance, seemed like there was much more to do around the mall.

« Loved the separate rooms! »

We traveled to Indy from north of Chicago with our two boys aged 3 & 8. It was nice to have the separate rooms so when they went to sleep on the sofa bed, we could go in the back room, watch TV, and talk without having to be super quiet. I agree with other reviews that say the front room is on the dark side, but it didn't affect us at all. I love the room set up. The breakfast was great! Lots of options for hot and cold food. Eating area is not very big, but the hotel itself is not big. It only has around 40 rooms. The hotel is old but doesn't really show its age. One scary thing is that the windows on the second floor open with no screens on them. I opened one. It was hard to open and closed on its own pretty fast. The front porch is nice with a table and chairs in one side and a porch swing on the other. My boys liked that. The hotel had a homely feel to it. It wasn't a cookie cutter hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Indy in the future.

    « Nice accommodation »

Very roomy suite. The front room is tight at the desk due to the layout of furniture. The sofa should be moved to the far wall and the chair moved to where the sofa is to allow easy movement of others while someone is working at the desk. Bed is comfortable but firmer pillows would make it better; and it's great having a shaving mirror in the bathroom. The second sink area is a plus as well as having a refrigerator and microwave. The exercise room is TERRIBLE. Only an old recumbent bike for cardio. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The thermostat was a very old model so it was hard to get the temperature just right.

« Clean, older hotel. Thin walls, dark rooms. »

The hotel is older but has had some things updated. It was clean and pleasant. The thermostat is the old style with the lever on the bottom, so we could only have the AC on or off with it. There is no ability to have a fan on continuously for white noise. Given how thin the walls are, this would be very helpful. Unfortunately, we had extremely rude neighbors who woke me up two nights in a row - at 4:10 a.m. the first night and three times between 12:30 and 2:00 a.m. the next night. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotel, but if there are loud people next to you, you'll know it. The woman we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. But she worked the nights of 6/27 - 6/28. It's nice having the separate sink and mirror outside of the bathroom so multiple people could get ready at the same time. That area also has the frig, microwave, blow dryer, and coffee maker. It would be nice if the coffee cups in the rooms had lids. They're smaller than the cups in the breakfast buffet area, so we couldn't even grab lids from there without getting a new cup. The second shelf of our refrigerator froze our milk and cream and there didn't seem to be any way to change the settings. The shower was good, but whoever hung the shower curtain rod hung it incorrectly so the curtain slides open at both the front and the back by probably 8-10". The bedroom had a window so curtains could be opened to let in light, but the sitting area is very dark, even though there are three lamps. The lampshades are short, so when you sit down, some of the bulbs blast you in the face. Our door could be shaken quite a bit after it was closed, which didn't feel super secure. There's just a chain for security, not the bar/loop thing that many hotels have now. The porch swing out front offered a nice place to sit and relax. There's also a patio table on the other side of the porch area which was nice. The grassy area on the side for dogs was pretty and shady. We didn't have breakfast as we had to head downtown quite early each morning. Freeway access is very easy and there are just about every store or restaurant nearby that you could want, so that was nice.

    « Nice »

Comfortable bed and quiet room. Breakfast could use improvements, but overall stay was above average. I would recommend for solo or family stays. It's also close to restaurants and the freeway. I would return for another stay at this location.

« Was here for sport travel. Not recommend »

Very disappointing. Expected better for cost room wasn't even all cleaned on last day Nice bed but not clean and super outdated. No pool. Rooms smell like smoke Breakfast was ok. Location good for highway and was quiet but preferred downtown

« Good place to stay for a few days/convient location just off the interstate »

The price was right, the security good and the location was great for traveling around the area. We used it to go to Indianapolis, Chicago and Columbus. It has a great location as well since there are plenty of restaurants, hotels and shops, including Costco, on the same street. The rooms are a little old but they are huge and pretty well maintained. We had 2 TVs a huge bed and plenty of space. Parking is good too. Friendly staff. Love the free breakfast.

    « Nice Overnight Stay »

We stayed here overnight on our way from Michigan, to Missouri. The price was right, and the complimentary breakfast was a small step about your typical basically continental breakfast. The front desk personal were very nice and helpful, and the gentleman tending to the breakfast set up was very attentive. My experience is the breakfast buffet is easily neglected at most inexpensive, stop and stay for the night, travel hotels. However, this was a welcome change, as the gentleman they had working on Saturday, June 18th, 2016 was excellent.

    « It was OK. »

My wife and I stayed for two nights in order to catch a concert in nearby Noblesville. We take a lot of road trips and stay in many Best Westerns, and this was pretty much the average example. I've seen better and worse. On the plus side, the suites are large and I found the hotel to be quiet. It's also easy to access the hotel from the highway and there is food nearby. I think the other hotels in the area are similar or worse based on what I've read. My issues were that at check-in I presented a $25 voucher that I received as a reward for previous stays and the clerk told me that I didn't need to do so since it was already reflected in my bill. When I checked my invoice after I checked out I noticed that the voucher was not applied. I figure I'll use it later, but it still is a shame. The clerk seemed flustered at check-in and we had to wait for a while to deal with the customers ahead of us. To make matters worse, the TV in the lobby was playing Forensic Files so we were forced to listen to the brutal abduction and murder of a child while we waited. That's not really part of what I'd call a hospitable welcome, and I suggest that the staff be a little more aware of what is being shown on the lobby TV in the future. That being said the hotel was ok and I'd probably stay there again if I was in the area. The price was reasonable despite the fact that my voucher wasn't applied.

    « Tiptop »

Great place to stay. Big and clean rooms. The breakfastbuffet shows good. And a lot restaurants in the quarter. Wifi has also no break. It have two rooms with two tvs. The staff was also very friendly. We come again there.

« No huge problems to report, I'd stay here again with my wife »

The hotel is in a competitive area with Days Inn, Motel 6, La Quinta, Comfort Inn and Extended Stay America all within shouting distance. I had a suite but as I was staying for just one night I was unable to take advantage of the second TV, sofa etc. Not only are there other hotels but there is a Texas Roadhouse and Ruby Tuesday within an easy walk. The bathroom was in the middle of the suite which seemed odd. It also meant that the lounge area was quite dark.

« Great place to stay for the race! »

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were only minutes from the speedway. The staff were kind & courteous and the hot breakfast was delicious! We have already booked our rooms again for next year.

« Very nice, hidden jewel in Indy. »

We stayed this past saturday night. Rooms were very nice with separate room to watch t.v. nice king beds, , hotel was filled with people in town for the race but it was very quiet .breakfast was good and Ms. Shirley who works the desk from 3 to 11 is awesome. Great customer service.

    « Comfortable, Affordable »

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The grounds and room is very clean and attrative. The room, a king suite, wad spacious and included a sink in the area of the microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was a little small. The bed was amazingly comfortable. My only frustration was that the clean staff did not leave clean towels and cloths after cleaning. We had to go to the front desk to get the towels and cloths. We also had difficulty signing onto the WiFi. The hotel is affordable for the amenities you receive.

    « excellent location »

the room was very nice with a separate sitting room to watch tv or visit. had an excellent free hot breakfast. it is easy to get to and located close to shopping and restaurants.if you are traveling wth children it has no pool but did have a decent exercise room. overall good location to stay.

    « Comfortable room »

We are driving through the United States on a six month holiday and once again found this Best Western hotel to be consistent with the standards that we have grown to expect. A good breakfast was available and the overall service and cleanliness was excellent. There are several places to dine at within approx 150 yards. The drive into down town was easy.

    « Pleasent and relaxing »

Was very pleasantly surprised at the fresh clean smell in my room. Room was very neat and clean. I really should say suite as there are two rooms, each room has its own television. So while one person is sleeping another can be in a sitting room reading, playing on computer or watching television. Would be a great stay for people visiting family or friends as they could be greeted or sit in the sitting room while you are getting ready. Manager always helpful, on this occasion I had 2 $25.00 reward certificates for a bonus from Best Western, thank you to Best Western and the manager for helping me apply these to the room charges. My husband has frequent medical appointments and we stay here before or after appointments ., since we live about 100 miles away .You will find the breakfast both well arranged and plentiful.

    « Great Staff »

Again Friendly staff. Nice clean room. But other than that just average. Just a place to stay for the night, nothing else. For suites quite cramped. We have had better breakfast. Toilet tank cycled all the time and sink had low pressue. Very literally just "Meh"

« Clean, quiet, convenient suite »

The suites in this Best Western in the NW Indianapolis area are great for folks like us, one of whom goes to bed before the other. The separate sitting room has a "home-like" feel one doesn't get just living in a glorified bedroom for a few nights. Nearby, one finds most every conceivable sort of dining and shopping options. The breakfast was warm and substantial, if not gourmet, and the staff was genuinely friendly, courteous, and helpful. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again.

« Very Nice in Every Way! »

Fantastic front desk employee, awesome room, all the amenities and more that you'd need for a night or two away from home. Separate couch/chair/TV room from bedroom (big plus), neat little kitchen area, room darkening curtains in bedroom...I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    « Weekend Getaway »

Hotel was wonderful. Wanted to take the mattress home with us! Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with directions, etc. We were very happy with our visit at this Best Western Hotel. We were centrally located and any restaurant we wanted was within easy distance. We had a suite for the first time and I think we are now spoiled. It was so spacious and convenient with 2 TV's so my husband and I could both watch our favorites as we do at home.

    « Nice rooms »

Very nice room. Easy to find. Good location. Staff was effective (not overly friendly - but did their job). Only negative: coffee machine may need to be cleaned, coffee and espresso both tasted horribly burnt. But nice room quite and dark. I would stay again.

    « I'd stay here again »

Clean, comfortable, surprisingly laid out well and a small kitchenette was great, so was the extra seating area. So nice to not have to sit on the bed to watch tv all the time. Bed was comfortable. Location was close to everything we came to do. Traders Post is close with an excellent theater.

    « "No Complains" »

There were all suite rooms and the room was too good and its bathroom the shower is good. The rooms out there were good and the public areas were clean too. i used the fitness centre and it was also in good working condition unlike a lot of places.Price for a night is reasonable and the breakfast was too good. unlike other places i would like to stay here because the area near to it has lots of restaurants and shopping centre surrounding it.

    « Affordable and Convenient »

Visiting a college in the area, and the hotel was conveniently close. Clean room, fast wifi, and a very friendly staff! Would have liked more water pressure in the shower, but fine otherwise. The towels felt clean, same with the bed sheets and blankets.

« Okay hotel, but horrible customer service »

This hotel is just okay but the service I got was not at par with the price I paid. Customer service is horrible, the staff at the breakfast on Sunday 3/20/2016 was especially strange. With her body language and cold demeanor, you would think that my kid and I were begging for food. Check in and check out could be better. Overall, the facility is clean but if you are expecting a good customer service, look elsewhere.

    « Great location »

Rooms are large and each is a suite, which is great if you have meetings to conduct. The breakfast is good. The room decor is fine, but nothing to write home about. Spartan fitness center, The biggest plus is it's location close to 465 N and the Michigan Rd. area. Plenty of parking. Safe neighborhood. Lots of nearby restaurants.

« Awesome Hotel and Awesome Manager!! »

I am the director of a basketball program that stayed here with three teams for three nights. TJ (the manager) went out of his way to accommodate and meet our needs and desires. He was a pleasure to work with - wish more managers were like him. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all wonderful, breakfast was great, and the rooms were very nice and clean! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

« Stayed for USBC Masters »

Stayed here for 4 days while at a bowling tournament. Very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and easy to find. Loved everything about the trip, even the bacon was great for breakfast. Wish there was a little more selection for breakfast, but seeing as it was not a huge hotel I'm sure they would be spending a lot extra on food.

« Clean, Affordable, and Convenient Place to Stay »

The location and price were great. The building was clean and services were sufficient. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and it was good quality. The only negative was the bed wasn't that comfortable and it was a little loud.

    « Best Western »

Outstanding value, compared to other inns in Indianapolis. The room was immaculate, quiet and spacious. The pet fee was very modest and the room was handily close to the entrance. Parking was close to the entrance and the lot had been plowed, even though the heavy snow had just happened.

    « Reservation Confusion »

I was certain I reserved a handicap room, but I was told I did not, my wife had a hard time getting around the room in her wheelchair, the staff wasn't concerned whatsoever about it. I've stayed in many Best Western over the past few years, but I don't recommend this one. There is many options in the area that seem better.

    « Friendly »

Hotel rooms were very clean. The room set-up was very suitable for keeping hallway noise down.. Personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was very close to places we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again.

    « Pleasant find »

Tucked away from the road noise, this hotel was a pleasant surprise and excellent value. The room and public spaces were clean and orderly. The employees were helpful and attentive. The hotel offers a very good value.

    « one night stay »

Our family needed to go down one day early because our son was having outpatient surgery the next day. We looked on trivago to get a hotel room for a one night stay at a hotel. We looked at several hotels and decided on the Best Western Country Suites. Instead of booking the hotel room on trivago we decided to call the hotel to make sure that they had a room and to tell them about our circumstances. We ended up with a better deal by calling the hotel then if we booked it online. When we arrived our room was spacious and clean. The night manger was very helpful and took care of our needs. The breakfast was continental (cearel, milk, and coffee), but it also had bacon eggs, waffles, juice, and biscuts and gravy. We a great stay.

« Big Ten Champ Rescue »

Headed for the Big10 Football championship weekend, we booked very late and found management willing to waitlist us and book two very nice rooms, and a price that was fair given the pricing at other locations during this high demand time. Rooms clean and adequately sized. Free breakfast was a plus. fitness room very small. We had a modest housekeeping issue that management was very willing to address with a reasonable rate adjustment. I'd return, just because management was so accommodating.

    « Average motel »

We enjoyed our stay at the best Western. The good news: clean room, good breakfast, very quiet area. And The price is about $20 less then comparable motels in the Indianapolis area. The bad news: even though the location is quiet there is so little sound deadening in the walls that one can hear footsteps all around and above and especially water both running in pipes and out of drains. The small lobby is nice although the Ragged worn sofas should've been replaced five years ago. Front desk staff seemed willing and friendly. The Wi-Fi never worked at all in room toward the back of the hotel. Otherwise good stay and no complaints

« Disappointment turned out fine »

We had purchased our hotel room via Priceline, so it was already paid for, and then I confirmed we were coming in very late. Our room was "ready" when we checked in at 4am, but our assigned room had several things wrong: the front room light didn't work (may have just been unplugged), bathroom reeked of smoke with chemical deodorizer (in a non-smoking hotel), and the top sheet & pillow had dog hairs all over--that were seen promptly by us, so certainly would have been seen if they had done even a quick inspection! When I called down to the Front Desk, they moved us to another room. Our subsequent room was clean and quiet. The room layout is very nice, with a refrigerator (doesn't really keep things fully cold though), microwave and hairdryer (we didn't use either). The sitting area is nice to be able to spread out a bit, even on a one-night quick stopover. Coffee machine in the room is convenient, and there is a [free] coffee/espresso machine, as well as cereal boxes and fruit in the lobby 24/7, which was nice since we knew we would miss the breakfast in the morning, since we came in so late. Late in the morning, the Front Desk clerk was very nice to get out the milk for us. Easy quick check-out.

    « 8:27 PM »

My eperienc with your hotel was very pleasent. I enjoyed your breakfast, and every thing was ot in plane view. I will be recomending your hotel to my family and friends. I wil be using your hotel in the near future, for bussiness, and pleasure.

« Good Place to stay »

We were traveling with our 80 pound boxer and were welcomed and felt right at home. Get place for pets and people, in a quiet neighborhood where the police stopped in for coffee at night and we felt extremely safe. When in the area again we will look at staying here.

« Great Stay at a Great Price »

Great hotel for a great price. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was not the greatest for me, but I'm not a huge breakfast fan anyway. Highly recommend the hotel if you need some place to stay in the area.

« Nice Place to Stay »

This is a hotel that is nice place to stay. They offer pet friendly rooms so that your pets are welcome. I however have never brought my pet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are two rooms so that while family is resting others may use sitting room to watch television or use their computers. I think that room may have a couch that makes into a sofa bed, I have not used the sofa bed so am unsure. My husband and I stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Indianapolis, usually for medical surgeries, appointments etc. A breakfast is offered with both hot and cold food that is included in the price of the room, The breakfast is of good quality and plentiful. Internet service is available.

    « Nice Hotel »

This is a nice place to stay with a couple of reservations( no pun intended). The beds are not that comfortable. We found the on the firm side uncomfortably firm. It was very clean and well kept the management was very nice. My husband has had knee surgery so the hand bar in the bathroom was especially helpful About the bathroom... It is adjacent to the bedroom and we were on the first floor so any time anyone flushed or showered the pipes that Run inside the wall about 2 feet from the bed and it is excessively noisey. I mean loud. Fortunately doesn't last long but you'd think they might have insulated better. With these two downs. It was nice. The breakfast area was clean and roomy and good choices. We might stay again except for the beds ok for 1 night traveling through

« Nice, safe place to crash for the night »

Friendly and professional staff, the check in was painless. Quiet room and area even though it was just off the interstate. Room was clean, well maintained. The bed was comfy enough and had plenty of pillows. Hot breakfast available in the am. I would stay again.

« Avoid At All Costs »

tl;dr - Incompetent staff, bad rooms Stayed here recently on a family trip. Called ahead to request a crib for my son, was told it was no problem just ask at the desk when we check in. Arrived and was told they don't have any, "go to Walmart." Nice. Fortunately for us, another hotel in the area loaned us a crib when another family member staying there asked for us. That's customer service. That hotel is now top of my list for future trips while Best Western just dropped to the bottom. Moreover, there were 6 cars in the parking lot. 6! What fool put us in a room with people in the rooms on both sides, and above us? Ever hear of a buffer zone and spacing out your guests? As for the rooms, where to begin. Dirty carpets. Heater fan that sounds like a helicopter taking off when it starts up every 30 minutes. Blinding security lights that are on posts aimed at the building so it's like trying to sleep at high noon with all the light leaking around the curtains. A flatfooted clodhopper stomping around on our ceiling starting at 3am. A leaky toilet somewhere nearby causing the valve to trigger running water for 10 seconds every 50 seconds all night long. Neighbors sound like they're in bed with you, the walls are so thin, and every time one of them flushes a toilet it sounds like Raging Waters in your room. Oh, and the piece de resistance, wet towels. Nothing like reaching for what you think is a fresh new towel, and getting a damp, clammy one instead. Don't know if there was a ceiling leak, or someone used the towel and folded it back up, or some other incident I don't even want to speculate about. Any way you look at it, grotesque. Avoid this hotel.

« Our 'go to' when staying in Indy..... »

We've always had great service, a comfortable, clean room & no problems at this Best Western. We love the location, friendly staff & unless there is some reason we can't get a room there-we don't even consider staying anywhere else when we visit Indy.

    « Very good experience, excellent price/value »

Overall, I was very satisfied with everything about this hotel. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful, The suite was very large with a separate sitting room, bed was quite comfortable. Very convenient to the I 465 Beltway.

    « Very Comfortable Suite! »

Check in was very easy. The room was larger than expected, with an extra room with couch, table & TV. There was a small refrigerator. The free WIFI was fast. The complementary breakfast was more than just carbs. The scrambled eggs & bacon were very good.

    « Very Nice Hotel »

I only stayed one night, but was pleased with the cleanliness, the front desk staff, and the coffee in the morning! This is right off the interstate and was very easy to get to. I will stay again and would highly recommend to others

« You can do better. Plenty of other places to stay nearby. »

Not up to the Best Western standard. We checked in late at night, and were met outside by the desk clerk on a smoke break right next to the front door. He walked toward us as we were walking from our car toward the hotel, as if to head us off in hope of us turning around and going elsewhere. He was shouting questions at us. He seemed disappointed with our answers, which were that "no" we had not already checked in, and "yes" we did have a reservation. He continued to have a sour attitude, couldn't find our reservation, and when he finally checked us in, our key did not work in the door. On top of this, there was a guest wondering around in his pajamas who settled in on the lobby couch to watch television. The best part was the king size bed. The shower was lame. The wifi did not work, but it wasn't worth it to us to bother the guy at the front desk about it. We were happy to check out the next morning and decided to spend the following night at the Druiry Inn nearby. This Best Western Country Suites gave us the creeps.

« Seth makes this a great place to stay »

The manager Seth is the face of this wonderful place to stay. It is a smaller hotel surrounded by mega hotels. We will never go to another motel due to the employees like Seth who truly care about the Best Western Brand. We are like several others who come to this hotel for vision surgery. The first time we come we are blind and as we have surgeries we get more sight. Seth and his team all understand and work with us to make our stay more pleasant due to our vision. They have been there with us thru 3 surgeries and the "lights" being turned on for my husband. Without the caringness of Seth and his team I don't think we would be as calm and ready to come back to Indy, we are country folk and the city is not something we look forward to, but coming here is like staying with Grandma, we are welcomed in like family and fed the same way.

    « Mixed feelings »

This hotel was fine but we did have a few odd things happen. When my daughter and I were checking in, we were given a room and the key. When we unlocked the door, it was obvious that the room was still occupied. Bags and clothing etc. went back to the desk and we were given a different room. That was odd but no problem. We left to do some shopping and when we got back to our room we could NOT get our room door to open. It was stuck! Had to ask for help. I am not sure why it was stuck but this happened to us again the next morning after breakfast. The room was spotless and the breakfast was just fine. It would be nice to have a toaster (there may have been one that I did not see). The staff is very good esp. Bill who is very kind and fun to talk to, and Seth who did a great job of handling the breakfast room while simultaneously checking guests out. The landscaping around the grounds is very nice. Beautiful colorful flowers. And a very nice parking lot where I felt secure leaving our vehicle. We would stay here again if in the area.

« Nice friendly hot is that during el »

Outside of hotel is very nice, offers a friendly porch like atmosphere. Good points is it sits back from busy intersection and is usually quiet. Bad point is that during rush hour it is difficult to exit. Staff is friendly and helpful. No pool is available, but rooms are clean and you actually have two rooms. all suites have two televisions and a sitting room. Bed is comfortable and clean. Close to shopping and hospital.
