Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites

My husband & I do a lot of road trips. The Best Western Plus in Humble, TX. is lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Yolanda the front office manager is great! She was the first to wish us a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was more than we expected, including daily specials. We will be returning on future road trips.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus for a total of 8 days. Everything was great and the hotel is located in a very good area. The breakfast was very good too. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

So everything was wonderful overall the only thing is construction happiness outside on the main road but it was still very quiet. Will definitely use next time in town.staff were very kind and went above and beyond to help with things.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast is good, but if you stay for a week it can become repetitive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Atascocita area.

Quick trip to the area to see the kids and help my son move from his apartment that was right down the street from the hotel. I used to live in the area, and it appears that it has been recently renovated. The interior was very tastefully done, and the lobby with a curved staircase was gorgeous! A feature that my young grandson thought was too cool! LOL! Comfortable beds, good water pressure, pretty quiet and a decent breakfast. Will certainly stay again when we go back to visit and can hopefully take advantage of the other amenities then. The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel, but the location. Doing a lot of construction on the road it is on. Once that is done, this will be the perfect place to stay as it is literally the mid point between the two kids houses.

I stay in Best Western Humble about once a month. Only once have I had to go somewhere else. That was because Best Western was full and I didn't make a reservation. This particular BW has always felt safe and comfortable for me.

Night staff should be more knowledgeable. Came in after an exhausting drive, asked about a microwave in room. Person said I don't know. That doesn't help. Breakfast was okay. Things were not being refilled.

I was surprised to see such a clean and beautiful place. Everything was close to perfect. I will definitely stay here again. There's a little bit of construction on the streets but now a days there's construction everywhere you go. Good job guys.

The room was quite dirty, and the linens (both bedding and towels) were stained. There were no water sources, only water available to purchase. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. Lots of construction getting to and from the hotel. Wouldn't supply us with extra pillows, nor switch rooms when we complained about a strange odor and loud banging sounds each morning of our stay.

This property is very clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size. Accessibility is a little difficult due to road construction but that's not Best Western's fault. Learn the back way! Stayed there three times in last year and highly recommend.

Yolanda and team did a wonderful job dealing with any problems we encountered and helped make our 4 night stay a restful one. When we made a request, they responded with a fix quickly and helped make our time peaceful and uneventful.

This hotel advertises breakfast until 9am. After 8:30 you are not guaranteed any thing! Twice at this hotel in last 2 weeks and it is the same story. Today several people came for breakfast between 8:30 and 9. What little eggs left is not worth mentioning. Very disappointed. At least they had hot coffee!

Special chapter: Mrs Yolanda Ware, who has been working at this hotel for a long time, is always friendly and professional. Every time I come to this region, our choice is this Best Western. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are a great size, clean and everything works. Bathrooms are always clean. Very good breakfast, several items. The pool and Hot tub always woks and clean. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. In our opinion the best choice in the area

Hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Bed was great, breakfast decent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Road construction makes getting in and out difficult but that's temporary and once we found the back way it was a non issue. We have family in the Houston area and will definitely be staying here again

The room appeared to be clean and beds were comfortable. When I booked the room at last minute on our drive there- same day booking….the front desk failed to mention the elevator quit working (room on 3rd floor) AND there was a Wedding reception? at the Hotel Late Saturday night. We went out to dinner Saturday at Wazabi (great sushi bar) and got back after 9:30pm. I spoke to front desk about the elevator, (someone was working on it early Saturday morning) he said still not working… I mentioned the barking dog, loud child and pot smokers on our floor. He seemed disinterested and again failed to mention the Party/Reception being held at the hotel. ( No sign of people when we got back from dinner). Around 12:45 am or later the party moved into our hallway. ( we were sound asleep a this point). Needless to say… I am not a nice guy when woken up by rude inconsiderate people partying in the hallway. I shouted through my door for people to go away and be quiet…… When I called the front desk, he said “oh yeah, there was a wedding reception and they are all part of that?? He looked on a camera and said they appeared to be breaking up and going to their rooms, and “IF” I had another problem to call him again. The reason people were going to their rooms is because another person came out of their room, due to the loud noise, and also commented on their behavior. I told the front desk that if he knew they were going to have a party he should have done his job and informed the people to be respectful of other guests sleeping in the Hotel at 1:00am. But that was not in his purview. The additional issue of slamming doors waking us up was yet another reason to NEVER RETURN to this Hotel. The elevator is apparently not a big issue to the Hotel manager because they made no effort to get a technician out until Monday to repair the elevator. ( This tells me two thing: 1- their guests are not a priority and 2- they did not spend the money on a good contract to cover proper service when needed for such emergencies.) But if you don't mind not being able to get a good nights sleep and management not caring about inconsiderate guest… then by all means come stay here.

Aside from the stains on the sheets, the lobby is louder at 1 AM than most bars are. Every. Single. Night. Not even exaggerating, I could hear every word of what they were yelling in the lobby. I wish I could give this traphouse zero stars. Absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in in recent memory.

The lobby was considerably nice. The room was comfortable, well lit, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The customer service was attentive and thoughtful. However, there was some work being done near the highway. The work didn't seem to be too big of a deal, particularly because we weren't looking for something with good scenery during that time frame. What we would suggest to hotel management is fabric softener for the sheets.

The atmosphere that was set at this bw was peaceful and calm. The small waterfall in front and the soft music playing around the front door as you entered through the front door. Diminished the hustle and bustle of being right next to FM 1960 that was under construction. The lobby and breakfast area was refreshing, the way it was designed. The staff was professional and kind. I actually did a double take making sure i was in bw.

This hotel was spotless, well decorated, full breakfast and overall a bargain for the price. Will stay there again and look at other Best Western Plus hotels! We usually use VRBO or stay at resorts, so this place was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable too!

Professionalism should be their trademark. Has been a long time since I've been treated as an important customer. Not the "Why are you bothering me" attitude that seems to be prevalent in today's customer/ business relations.

I love the cleanliness of the entire hotel. all amenities were operable and available for use. the breakfast was hot and plentiful. covid restriction were observed if desired. staff was available and ready to assist.

They were remodeling and there was no place to sit and meet with colleagues, it was dusty, and the business office had NOTHING in it, no carpet, chairs or anything, so I could not prepare for my presentation.

we have stayed several times at this best western hotel. we chose it originally because it was close to my son's house. which we are glad we did and also, we chose it because we belong to the best western club. the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was provided, and they did a great job. My only complaint was that there could have been more of a selection at breakfast time, and it could have been warmer. Other than that and for the price it was an excellent stay. My compliments to the staff.

When we come to see family, we always stay at this Hotel. We came to Houston on this visit to attend my mothers funeral, and to see our extended family. The only problem we encountered was the road work being done on the highway in front of this hotel. It was also difficult to see the entrance of the hotel. In time we learned where to turn into the parking lot. This hotel has always given us a good stay.

Employees are professional and friendly from the check in to the check out. It is always clean and well maintained. Exterior is well taken care of. We stay here on a frequent basis when we go down to see our great grandson.

Location was great! Lots of fast food and nice restaurants around. The hotel staff was friendly day and approachable. The room was clean and spacious, comfy beds and pillows! The breakfast was really good with different option to choose from. Overall great place.

We needed a place to stay during our family reunion and this hotel was just great! The hotel seemed new and was clean and spacious and very economical. The breakfast was hot and sufficient but don't expect a huge buffet. The bathroom had a fan and the shower had sliding glass doors. The TV had a big screen but not many good channels to watch. The bed was a bit squeaky and you could easily hear the noise from other rooms. The hotel is located right off 1960. There was very little noise from the outside. The parking in the back had a fence to protect your vehicle. Electric car recharging stations were available on the property parking spots. Overall great stay.

My entire visit to Houston was excellent. Normally when I go somewhere, I travel with at least one family member.. This was my first trip alone and I will admit I was nervous, from the lighting in the parking lot to my room, I felt safe & secure.

I'm only taking the time to write this because I truly hope this gets to someone that would actually understand where I'm coming from because this is coming from a guest/employee of hospitality and overnight as well. There needs to be better customer service/communication to your guest even when disputing a problem with the guest and actually keep your word when you say your NOT going to charge someone, DON'T CHARGE THEM! Don't wait til they vacate an then hit them with charges you didn't even inform them about, communication is everything an that did NOT happen when it came from Lisa. Thats really rude an so inconsiderate to that guest time an their money with having to dispute charges that should have NEVER been posted when told they would NOT be. Also your overnight employee Lisa needs to be retrained on her job as far as her customer service an not to make threats to guest stating "oh do I have her on recording saying that she would NOT charge us" as if me not having a recording makes it valid for her to post charges an hang up in my face. Very unnecessary especially when dealing with someone who is not yelling or being disrespectful to your staff an just wanting to resolve a mistake or lack of communication your staff made because of Lisa's(on the overnight shift) lack of information. She literally told me we would NOT be charged if we vacated the hotel, But waited until we left an not only did she charge $140 to my card but also had the manager Raham(sorry if spelled wrong) charged my card an additional $100 because of whatever false information was told to him, being that by policy(which i just found out) those actions are somewhat valid from you guys, Unfortunately that is NOT what was communicated to me and my husband from Lisa when told we wouldn't be charged. So here is where that policy becomes invalid because of the information from your employee as far as me NOT getting charged if we left. Toni from the 3pm-11pm is amazing an very calm an has patience with guest even when I was upset and trying to explain my issue, he listened an calmly explained his position and all that he could do to better assist me. He is a 10 out of 10 employee an he needs to receive a raise for sure. Lisa also told me The front office manager would be in at 8am on a Sunday when she very well knew she would not an only worked Mon-Fri 6am-2pm. When I talked to Toni, he literally let me know when the manager Yolonda would be in which was 6am an actually asked me to give her some time to get settled in to work and to please come by around 8am or 9am. Like I said 10 out of 10 with Toni, But Lisa im very disappointed with her lack of mannerism. Moral of this, Better communication and patience with all guest is top tier and key to a successful shift an business, Good day!

I reserved 2 rooms for my brother's wedding. The phone in my room is totally not working, dead phone! My brother's room, the door security is broken and the iron in both rooms are old and broken. I did not expect it esp that the hotel seems new. I paid for the rate that has breakfast and they just give you snacks on weekend! Really bad if only it is not very close to the chapel where the wedding will be held, I could've stayed in other hotel where rate is worth.

Emergency, my brother was in ICU due to Covid. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, HEB, Walmart, Krogers, gas station and a 24 hoyr emergency room near. Close to mayor highways. Their is a bank near.

Everything was fairly nice except the cleanliness of the pool. Needed a good cleaning and maintenance with regular pool shock and chlorine. Outdoor Pool bathrooms are immaculately clean. The staff is very polite and nice. Rooms and lobby were very clean.

Staff was very nice & room was clean. Great location near a lot of restaurants. The lobby was very clean & breakfast on the weekend was in a nice little to go bag. They still had coffee & tea available at all times. I would stay here again.

We got hives the minute we laid in bed. We thought we had eaten something so we went to buy meds. The next morning the same thing. An hour after check out I received a Tex that I was being charge for a blanket $75! Why would I take a blanket that caused hives? I am still waiting for someone to get ahold of me. I also felt fleas jumping on me. Horrible! I was there for a 15 birthday! Never again!

We stay here every other weekend during the school year and have never had a bad experience. The management team always makes me feel welcome. They are kind, considerate, friendly yet professional. I highly recommend this property!

The staff has always been very friendly and the rooms have always been nice. It is conveniently located near IAH Airport as well as many great restaurants and shopping centers. The King rooms have a very nice large shower.

The place was so clean, the beds were really comfortable, and we were extremely satisfied with our visit!! If we come back this way, we will always stay here! It was the best sleep we both have had in a long time!

A fast check-in to the second floor led us to a spotless, extremely clean room. I appreciate the time taken to clean these rooms, which is apparent. The entire property is in well-working order (elevator was fast, coffee at all times). A wonderful option if doing business in this area and don't want to drive home due to incoming inclement weather!

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay after a late flight. Check-in was super easy and quick. Rooms very clean, excellent job on the grab and go breakfast, and it was quiet. Safe location too with good parking.

Nice bright accent wall in the bathroom and good lighting with edge-lit mirror. Lobby was also bright and cheerful. I appreciated the open stair to the second floor and preferred that over the elevator.

Stayed here during the threat of a hurricane. Days leading up to the storm till check in the treated us quite well. Even with the covid strain they still provided a great experience. They went above and beyond under difficult circumstances.

We were so surprised by how nice this hotel was. The room was so large and the bed extremely soft. The shower in the bathroom was also amazing. We stay at the Anatole in Dallas every year and their showers aren't this nice!

This location has been fully remodeled. It's very contemporary and clean. I was very happy with the hotel, and its staff. The team is very welcoming. I would return and recommend the pickiest of customers.

My daughter & I stay here when we go to visit family in the Humble area. We used to stay at a competitor's hotel until we tried this Best Western once!!! I will stay there EVERY time I go to visit!! It is so clean! The staff is so kind and helpful!! The breakfast is always hot and good!!

The long term stay was a pleasant experience for me and my two 4 legged pets Valentino and Willow, 10 & 12 years respectively. Valentino a 10 lb Maltese, is the hyper active playful rascal. Willow, a 10 lb Papilion is the more laid back calm and tranquil lover. Both were at home in their daily routine in our room and outward surroundings during periodic forays to the outdoors when needed.

Staff was very acomadating for all my requests!! My elderly father was with me and the front desk noticed that and picked a special room to fit all of our need. The pool and hottub was clean and of enjoyable temprature

When our house flooded, we needed a place to live that was pet friendly & reasonably priced. We found a home away from home at this Best Western. Welcoming & accommodating management &friendly, efficient staff that has accepted not only us, but our 2 cats for however long we will need to stay. The breakfasts are not only tasty, but have a variety of healthy options. When family comes to visit, this is our choice for a great place to stay.

Totally enjoyed the room and service, but the breakfast for a Sunday morning could have been a lot better.... so my wife and I opted not to eat there and go somewhere else. The eggs looked like circles that stayed in a microwave too long and the potatoes were really overcooked....great stay just not for breakfast for me.

Very nice room. Just missed having a towel bar in the bathroom. Breakfast selections were very good. For being on a busy road the hotel is very quite. We will be back next year and will hopefully be able to use the pool.

This hotel is like new. It is comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding my dog. Carpet seems new and the bed was comfortable. This is the nicest BW that I have stayed in. The area is just outside Houston and has a large selection of stores and restaurants.

Stayed two nights the room and bathroom was clean. Housekeeping did a great each day. I recommend this hotel for any family. The room was quiet and a huge plus the large shower. Air conditioner worked great, it took a bit to cool off but worked great.

The hotel is clean, great price, and a wonderful staff. Their breakfast and facilities are the best. Everytime I go to Texas, my family and I only stay at this Best Western. The hotel is beautiful. You'll enjoy this hotel.

Staying there while I relocate to Houston Area. Very clean hotel with an excellent staff!! Close to restaurants and shopping and a mile away from Lake Houston. Look forward to making it my home away from for a few weeks until I get a home.

We stayed at this hotel for almost 3 weeks in May 2018 while we were in the process of moving. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and is very well-maintained. The room was comfortable and had nicer than average amenities. All of the hotel employees that we dealt with were great - especially Yolanda. We had to switch rooms for a couple days in the middle of our stay, and Yolanda helped to make sure the change was as smooth as possible. The breakfast is your standard free hotel breakfast, but the food was kept well-stocked and the area was clean. It's a small breakfast area, but it never seemed to be full (even on the week-ends). The hotel is located on a busy road, but we didn't hear any noise from our room. It's very close to two grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The only negative is that the pool is tiny (much smaller than it looks in the photos), and the pool area wasn't very clean (which was surprising, considering that the rest of the hotel is kept very clean). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Atascocita area.

Not sure why the positive reviews. Skip this one. Had family stay and was embarrassed. The owner is arrogant and cares nothing for the people staying there. There are so many other good places for you to stay at Atascocita. Avoid this one.

We stayed here on the last night of our road trip, as it was relatively near the airport. This is a very attractive hotel, with clean rooms and modern communal areas. The breakfast area is very pleasant and there was plenty of choice even though there seemed to be very few guests having breakfast when we were there.

Book this hotel for my daughters wedding they gave a great rate and were so helpful to my guest. The staff is so sweet and the hotel was so clean and nice. We really enjoyed the pool and just sitting out under the gazebo, the morning breakfast was very good and hot and fresh

My stay at this Best Western could not have been better. I loved the pillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good. My room on the third floor was very quiet. I will definitely return if I need a hotel in this area.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The free breakfast is delicious! The rooms were nice and clean. Our fridge wasn't working properly and there was trash in between the connecting doors, but the staff was kind and apologetic and handled it. The beds were a bit hard but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed overnight for a business trip and booked this hotel based on it's reviews on TripAdvisor, I travel frequently and stay at many place during a month. The hotel is very clean and has a nice ambience. The front desk clerk was friendly and wanted to make sure my stay would be comfortable. The hotel has had a recent remodeling and they did a fabulous job! The rooms were comfortable, clean and fresh smelling. As I was leaving in the morning, I noticed a young lady cleaning/wiping down everything in the lobby. This hotel takes pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the place. If you are needing to stay anywhere near this area of Houston, don't hesitate to book this hotel as you will not regret it. I tip my hat to the owner and their staff at this place for providing a quality place to stay!!!

Fully renovated recently. Fully met my expectations and earned it's high rating. the location was easy to get to from the East (FM1960). From there it was an easy trip to return a rental vehicle to George Bush Airport. No heavy city traffic was needed.

Pleasantly surprised as we were looking for a spot to stay while visiting family. The Hotel was on a main strip, well lighted, clean, pretty good variety of breakfast, outdoor pool(we did not use), snacks and sundries available, TV with decent channels and swivel so you can see in all parts of the rooms, and they weren't stingy with towels. Clerk Sherry was 100% terrific!!!

This Best Western is really nice, very clean and in an area away from freeway traffic noise. The open area from the lobby to the upper floors allows any noises in the lobby area to filter into the room hallways above. Not an issue if there aren't any loud or discourteous guests.

We stayed at the property for a tournament nearby. Its a good area and easy access. The lobby and common area is very clean. The breakfast was great and high quality food. LOVE having coffee available 24/7. There were at least a half dozen dogs roaming the hotel, and no one seemed to care that they would go bananas barking at each other. The room overall was pretty clean and well maintained, but we accidentally booked an accessible room and it was HORRENDOUS. It shared a wall with the breakfast pantry and there was all kinds of noise before 6am while they got ready. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbors music overtook the sound of our own TV. There were very poorly behaved toddlers at breakfast one morning, and their screams came right through the walls. Between the dogs, kids, and breakfast prep it felt like we were sleeping on the floor of a train station. The shower was the roll in style, and the entire bathroom floor got wet when anyone used the shower like a locker room. There was no counter space at all in the bathroom and we could barely fit toothbrushes on the side of the sink. I surely paid the price for my error in booking this type of room. There were also some real nasty surprises like boogers wiped on the wall, spit up or some other bodily fluid on one of the throw pillows, and a cockroach in the bathroom. I feel like had we had a different room, away from the lobby, without such unaccommodating "accommodations" we would have been fine.

I did not believe hotel businesses delivered this level of service without trying to first rip you off. There is a feel to this place that they want you to have the experience of a lifetime on a shoestring budget. Classy and renovated and a very good stay! Happy for once In a hotel.

Our three day stay here was outstanding. The room was clean, convenient, and well maintained. There were plenty of outlets in the room for cell phone chargers, computer power and etc. The desk clerks, particularly Robert, went the extra mile on more than one of our requests for service. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay here. Also the clerk that checked us in helped find a lower rate than the one we booked with Holiday Inn. Great hotel with a great staff.

Nice hotel that's newly refreshed. The rooms are nice, smaller, but nice. Good finishes, beds are comfortable with all the needed amenities. Fridge, microwave, and plenty of outlets for usb charging and a nice large TV. The complimentary breakfast was well done and well maintained by the staff. We appreciated the staff they too were very helpful

With family in Atascocita, I always stay at a hotel and the Best Western has been my hotel of choice. Rooms have been updated with light colors and nice clean, brightly lighted bathrooms. Great value, great hotel and close to restaurants and shopping.

Have stayed here multiple times and always met with great service. Rooms are great and clean, internet is fast, all facilities are really nice. Breakfast is above average for a hotel. Overall this is a nice spot to stop at if you're looking for a hotel in the area.

We have stated at this property many times and return for the same reasons: the staff is friendly and helpful, the property was recently renovated and the price is right! There are many other hotels in the area, but BW Atascocita gives us the best value!

Very nice hotel, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice breakfast, good location for Houston airport and freeway system. I would recommend this kocation and hotel to anyone needing to be in the Humble/Atascacita/Huffmann/Northeast area around Houston.

We had to seek shelter because we were flood victims. My dogs are very important to me and I was very pleased with the kindness the staff showed to my pets. I believe my pets were very well behaved and made a difficult time for me much better.

Great and clean facility. Professional and caring staff. Awesome overall experience. The location close to the lake gives it a plus. The surroundings are amazing too. It is a nice, clean and growing area.

Stayed on a Friday night. They put the charge on my card 2 times. On Tuesday, both charges are still pending on my card. Never had a motel do this before. It stinks. The hotel was clean, but this ruined any positive review.

I was in town for a "Medicare" birthday party on Friday night and for a Wedding on Saturday night. My family and I stayed at the BW Plus, Atascocita. The hotel and its employees made my travel and stay fantastic. The hotel is easy to locate, close to shops and restaurants and very close to the air port. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic every morning. I enjoyed having fresh coffee available day and night. The lobby is beautifully decorated and large enough for family groups to visit. We were permitted to use the breakfast area for another meal that we had brought back to the hotel with us after a sight seeing trip. Parking is plentiful and free. I felt safe at all times, the bed was very comfortable and my room and the public areas were neat and clean. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the hostess who prepared and served breakfast. She is delightful and I looked forward to seeing her every morning. I highly recommend Best Western Plus. Faye Edmondson

Was told by young man at desk that owner was making a lot of money from Harvey flood victims and was therefore able to charge higher than normal prices. What a disgusting business practice. Hope he reaps what he sows

Due to the recent flooding in the area, this hotel was obviously hosting several displaced residents and responders/workers. Despite a few glitches, we found the accommodations clean, and comfortable. The staff and management were very pleasant and friendly. I have to commend them for how calm they appeared to be despite challenges they must be facing at this time. Thank you

I am working 175 miles from home 4 days a week and needed a place to stay. Thank God I chose this hotel. It is newly renovated- spotless and modern. All of the staff are incredibly friendly but a BIG thank you to the manager Yolanda Ware. She is the kindest, most caring person. She truly is such an asset to the property. The business center is nice , workout room and pool all good. Breakfast every morning consists of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bagels and pastries, oatmeal, yogurt and a make your own Texas shaped waffle station. It is always well stocked and food hot. Variety of juices. The room has a fridge and microwave and suites have large couch. FYI - only the queen rooms have a bath tub - king rooms have large walk in shower. I feel very safe here and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

After a long day of international travel, a wonderful place to rest up - great staff, neat and clean premises. Great place to adjust from some jet lag. This will be my northeast Houston "go to" hotel from now on!

I typically stay in 4 star or better hotels for my vacations. One of life's storms hit us very hard. I was forced to find somewhere to stay for me and my two grandchildren on very short notice. We were emotionally drained and on edge. We were greeted by Ms. Yolanda Ware. Her warmth and understanding was incredible. The beds were comfortable and cool. The facility was immaculate. The children were able to relax and enjoy the pool. She and her staff welcomed this rag tag group with open arms and made every effort to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was on a busy street, one way in and out made it difficult leaving to explore the town. Was going swimming till they found a live snake in the pool, the guys took it out and placed it on the ground, I told the front desk receptionist of this problem, and had a very hard time getting the, to put the air on in the workroom, but as I complained over and over we was successful.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is very clean and modern and rooms were comfortable. However we were greeted with Harley motorcycles in drive thru guest unloading area. We had to avoid dog poop when walking from the parking lot to the hotel lobby. Handicapped parking was challenging because it was either closed off by maintenance staff or occupied by non-handicapped designated vehicles. Inside the hotel can be noisy with the guests slamming their doors starting at 6am. The hot breakfast was the same everyday and it seemed like it was more for the employees than for hotel guests. There are newer hotels in the area to spend that kind of money.

Every time I stay at this hotel its amazing no complaints at all. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. I stay at this hotel at least once a month and every time its very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is great a lot to choose from.

If you missed your flight, as it happened to myself, it is a decent hotel for reasonable price. The room was very cozy with a very comfortable bed. Service was also very kind and helpful. They provided me with all information that I needed. The hotel also can get you to or from the airport every half hour Even though that the breakfast was low quality, I am completely satisfied.

We have stayed in many BW hotels in the state of Texas and this is by far the best run and cleanest one we have stayed in over the years. We also stay at an excellent BW in Canada every year or so and this BW is on par with the one in Canada. I would highly recommend checking this one out if you are staying in the Humble Tx area

This was my favorite hotel I stayed at during our week long adventure through Texas. The decor was beautiful, the room was fantastic and the staff were above and beyond helpful. My only regret is we were unable to use the pool due to time issues. The breakfast bar was great the the woman who was over this was so kind and helpful. Loved this hotel.

After a road trip to Austin and the hill country, we were flying out of IAH early the next afternoon and I wanted to stay near IAH, but not be inundated with noise, traffic, etc. This hotel and surrounding community is nice, laid back, inexpensive, and safe ( for the rental car, people ). There's an HEB grocery store with quality food, and Tex Mex ( Lupe's ), Italian ( Italianos ), and Japanese ( Wasabi ) restaurants nearby. Easy drive to airport down FM1960 to HWY 59.

3 night stay May 5-8. Stayed on the first floor in a queen suite room with my husband and 8 year old son. The room was large. The hideaway sofa bed was better than average and the two queen size beds were very comfortable. I woke up thinking I was in my own bed. The room stayed cool, 73, even though it was hot and humid outside. The kitchen area was very nice with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink and small coffee maker. The only thing it was missing was some silverware for cooking. Breakfast was the standard Best Western fare, nothing exciting, but hot and free. Nice clean outside pool with hot tub. Picnic area in a gazebo surrounded by nice foliage. Friendly staff made it easy to check in and out. I couldn't find anything I did not like about my stay. Will definitely stay again.

Needed place to stay while vacating home for move to Austin. Hotel near home in Atascosita. New! Only issue was the music left on in the lobby area at night so did not get a good nights rest. Place was clean and good breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it had a room that slept 5 people. Two queen beds and a sofa hide-a-bed that my adult daughter said was very comfortable. Hotel had just gone through a remodel and looked great. We especially loved the hot breakfast: biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc. It was not your typical continental breakfast. They have a 24/7 coffee and hot tea bar. The suite we stayed in had a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and buddy bar with stools. There were no dishes or utensils in the cabinets however. Very clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub but it looked clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Love the new reception and breakfast areas. The rooms have been updated with new beds that are so comfortable, and there are plenty of charging options for personal electronics. Have stayed at this Best Western Plus many times over the years and will continue over the coming years.

My stay at Best Western plus was one of the best I've had in a very long time. All the staff was professional and very helpful to me and my children. Customer service was the best I've ever seen in a hotel. This will definitely be my hotel choice every time I come to Atascocita

The hotel was immaculately clean, the room so much so it felt like we were the first people to use it. We never really love breakfast in the USA, the provided baked goods are such poor quality, but the breakfast room was clean and there was hot food provided with variations on the two days we ate breakfast there. The waffle makers had two flavours of batter, which was fun for the kids to try. The pool was clean and the water warm, but the jets in the hot tub didn't work. We used the fitness centre, but couldn't figure out how to turn on/plug in the elliptical machine. We like this hotel for its quiet, accessibility (it's a short drive to the Houston airport, off the freeway) and cleanliness. It must have been just recently renovated because everything just felt and looked so new.

Enroute to our daughters wedding we spent one night at this Best Western Hotel Plus. I am becoming more and more impressed with this chain. The hotel had been newly updated and it showed. The beds were super comfortable and the lobby sparkled. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very pleasant. A great value.

The location is right in the center of all that is needed. The staff is great, the place feels like it is brand new - always clean and fresh and happy employees. When I go there, I will always stay there.

Recently completed my second last minute stay at the Best Western Plus Atascocita Humble Inn & Suites. My check-in experience was A+. I received an AARP discount from an already decent rate and I was offered a room upgrade based on my rewards status. I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and enjoyed the opportunity to do some laundry (I travel for a living.) Will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this Best Western location. We found this hotel to be excellent. The check-in was quick and guest-service staff friendly. There was a lovely living-room setting in the lobby that we were allowed to use after our check-out to visit with a friend. Overall experience was very positive.

The hotel property and room were impeccably clean. The staff provided exemplary service. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. The breakfast was good and they kept everything well stocked. All in all it was a very nice experience. Our family was there for the Junior Olympics so the location was excellent.

This hotel was small but very clean, modern, and comfortable. Located near stores and restaurants. We decided to stay here for its proximity to the airport. We weren't able to take advantage of the free breakfast because of our very early morning flight. The staff was very friendly upon check-in/check out. The pool area was beyond small. The pool was tiny. Surprised they even bothered to install it. The rooms were very spacious. Being a family of 5, there was room to spread out. It is hard to come by decent rooms for 5 people. One thing that I was unhappy about is that they don't offer an airport shuttle. That would have been nice.

This was an overnight stsy for a family wedding. My daughter, granddaughter and myself attended. Best Western made it quick and easy Use of my CPAP machine was easy. Handicap help may have been better if I had been more specific.

I stayed here several days on a business trip. The breakfast staff is stellar, especially Joanna, she's awesome! Breakfast is great; eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, toast, bagels, waffles, muffins, fruit, oatmeal, juice, and milk. It really was yummy and fresh everyday. My first room had a terrible shower, the lock on my door was broken and the house keeping staff left their drink in my room but Cheri at the front desk went out of her way to make things right and moved me to another room with a working lock. The room is spacious and has a fridge, a microwave, a work station, a sitting area and a very comfy bed. There are lots of outlets, which is awesome and important when you're working remotely. The hotel is located perfectly for just about anywhere you want to go. When the main road gets too busy you can take an easy right out of the parking lot, right at the light and use the road the runs behind the hotel to avoid traffic delays. I would stay again, I'll just request the second floor to begin with.

We stayed one night (3 rooms) and had a very good experience. Nice area and good hotel facility and staff. Chili's is near if you need late food, and the Sam Houston Tollway is also close, making it easy to get around the east side of Houston.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's kept very clean and updated and the staff is terrific. Great location, with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping within blocks. It's also very close to Lake Houston, in fact, it may be the closest.

Very nice, clean place to stay. I think the breakfast ends too early, but I just go up and fix a bowl of food and put in the refrigerator until I'm ready to eat. I'm in a handicapped room which is very accessible. The only problem is when showering, water gets on the whole bathroom floor. But, they leave plenty of towels. A bench outside the back entrance would be nice. They have a pavilion, but with being handicapped, it's too far for me to walk. I'm glad I am staying here, it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights & found it to be very comfortable. Everything was quite clean, the bathroom was spacious, and we had a large flat screen TV with a great picture & plenty of channels. Our bed was comfortable & we slept well. Breakfast was free & pretty basic, but enough options to fill up on. I would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel, a fairly new hotel & clean and we'll kept. Staff very polite and helpful when needed. The access in and out of the hotel can be challenging when making left turns during rush hour and busy times of the day. Enjoyable regardless and when I need a hotel in that area I will be the one I chose.

It started off with the elevator not working. My wife and I are handicapped and it was rough climbing the stairs, Then when we got to the room, the coffee maker didn't work. This might be winning, but we did not enjoy our stay.

The counter attendent was very friendly and helpful with questions. The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent 46" flat screen TV's! The breakfast was just so so and the area was too small, but not a big deal. I'll stay there again when I return to Houston.

The experience was outstanding. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was not exceptional, but the staff person did a fantastic job of keeping everything presented well, clean and she was friendly as well. The rooms were clean. Check-in was easy. Check-out the same. We will stay again in our return to the area in a couple of months.

Booked room for business and was emailed confirmations, reminders and receipts of all events related to the stay. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Breakfast could have been a bit better but otherwise was a great choice for the cost.

No sound barrier in room. you can hear everyone in the hall, next door and above you. Every door that opened was heard. It was awful. I have stayed in many hotels but this was the worst. Had we partied all night it would have been ok

We stayed at this Best Western for our first time for 8 nights while we were on a house hunting trip and were treated like we had been there many times before. We were made to feel like we were right at home.

The hotel was great, the room decorated nicely and appearance of lobby classy. Best Western has come a long way. I will definitely recommend this hotel next year when our group plays in this yearly golf outing. The only downfall is the traffic is horrible in that area and can be difficult getting out of the parking lot.

Best Western Plus was a very good choice for us. Trip to Houston with a little golf on the side. Hotel had workout area; very clean room; accommodating staff; and a nice breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.

I selected this Hotel because it is not far from the Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport but is a safe location. Easy access to Freeways, restaurants, and business. Be advised that Houston toll /roads ways require EZ pass and toll ways (such as Sam Houston Pkwy) some do not have change stations to deposit/pay toll. Takes picture of car tag and sends bill. If not paid in short time an excessive fine is charged.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. We were in town for a family gathering and had a total of four rooms. Everyone in our group had the same opinion and experience at the hotel. It was also located close to shopping and restaurants - great location. Would stay there again!

We booked the hotel as a package with Spirit Airlines mostly for the location (close to family). The hotel has an outdoor pool, but the weather was too cool for us to use it. The king suite was very spacious. Clean, comfortable, great location, very friendly staff. We'll definitely stay here again.

Of course they put what they have out to eat, but it was great to start the day with. We were delayed at the Houston Airport but when we finally arrived at the hotel the front desk was very helpful. Quickly through the check in and in our room. Fabulous breakfast, staff member kept the room clean, items topped up before they ran out, great pumpkin waffles!

Staff was great, hotel was beautiful, good breakfast, good coffee, and clean comfortable rooms! The only thing I didn't like was the lack of power outlets in the rooms...most hotels have the lamps with power outlets on them.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, ever. Extremely clean and well-maintained with a friendly, courteous, professional and helpful staff. The breakfast room is small and the breakfast is similar to what you find at other brands in this level of hotel. However, the coffee is excellent and seems to never run out, plus they offer 3 kinds of juice. For the money, it is a very good value.

Although the staff was great. Lobby and areas were clean the bed was not comfortable. We couldn't move to another room, not sure if the beds would have been any better, because they were full. The area was nice and close to a lot of shopping and food choices.

I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome decor when we walked into the lobby. We arrived about an hour and a half early and they had a room ready for us to check into... Not just any room, but the exact room we requested in our reservation. Definitely a great find. Nice lobby and eating area, great room, comfy bed and super friendly and accommodating staff. Close to anything you might need, too. This will be our go-to any time we're in Atascocita.

My family and I traveled from Louisiana to Texas. We didn't have a hotel reservation and needed a place to stay. We stopped in at The best Western Plus and Terri was so helpful and accomidating. She made sure we had a room and were all taken care of. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, on time and very clean. The staff is very friendly. We loved the hotel so much that we had to return to Texas this week and decided to return back to the Best Western plus. And Ms. Terri was there to greet us with her wonderful smile and remembered us. Again we had a wonderful room, very clean, and great stay. Melissa was wonderful checking us out and making sure everything was o.k. and that we were fully satisfied.

This hotel is conveniently located for airport access. The unit is relatively new and beautifully maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and dining options are plentiful in the immediate area. The front desk personnel, Ms. Lorette and Ms. Melissa, were very helpful with dining options and directions to the airport.

My husband and I stayed here on 3 different occasions due to procedures at a nearby hospital. Melissa, Yolanda, Teri and Mayra are very sweet. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Terrific stay. We will be back !

Everything was excellent. My son is Handicapped the only Complaint I have is he uses a sideboard to transfer from manuel wheelchair to bed . The bed was too high and he couldnt get his chair beside the bed to get in it, and the fold out couch was too low to get out of so I had to get someone to help me get him out cause he's six foot tall and weighs 228 . Other than that the Hotel was awesome. Other than that Everything else was excellent.

A hidden gem. Close to shopping, restaurants, and lake. Easy access to main highway in Houston. Reasonable rates make this a high value place to stop. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and welcoming.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast coffee is good, but breakfast choices are not so great, but not bad. Location is close to places to eat and a good location when traveling north in the morning.

This is our second year to stay at this location while visiting family in the Houston, TX area. This hotel is very clean, with wonderful staff. We enjoyed or visit very much both this year and last year.

Hotel was excellent and was chosen because it was close to a family reunion. Someone in the family had selected the hotel because of its vicinity to the place the reunion was being held. The staff was extremely helpful in every way.

Don't know what else you could want. Great people, pool and spa, and several places to eat close. Rooms are comfortable and the place is quite. I will stay there many more times. There is even a Wal Mart close for anything you need. I stay in over 120 rooms a year for the last nine years so I have a good feel for quality rooms.
