Best Western Winners Circle

Great place to stay in Hot Springs when attending the horse races! The rooms were very clean. The staff were all super helpful. We enjoyed being able to walk to Oaklawn for the horse races and casino! We will certainly stay here again in the future!

The Good: I reserved the family room which had more than enough room with two king beds and a separate area that had a fold out full-size sofa that made out unto a bed, comfortable chairs and a TV in each room. The pillows and beds were the best and we love sitting at the table and chairs to eat our takeout. The price for the room was high ($358/night), but I wanted my grandchildren and husband to enjoy our only vacation planned for some time. They enjoyed the breakfast, but I stayed in my room for the following reason. The Bad: When reserving the room on BW website, I requested that I need the family room to be downstairs with NO stairs as I am disabled and have to use a walker. I will note that their website has no info stating that the family room is "upstairs only" which would have been the right thing to do. The Ugly: Upon checking in I was told that the family room is upstairs and there is only one family room on the property. I was given a stern comment when I told them I had specifically asked for the room to be downstairs only. I was not contacted about my request. As a result, I had to get help lifting my legs one at a time up 6 stairs and another 16 stairs each trip out of our room to get to our room! I never received an alternative solution. I'm not sure if some of this property is not ADA compliant, the trip to the family room certainly is not.

Alisa, Donna & Julie were absolutely incredible. Their customer service could not b improved upon--- smiling, looked you in the eye, they gave clear instructions, brought food to your table, listened to your food order & gave you exactly what your wanted, offered to get you anything else you wanted & cleaned up your mess!❤️ I will go back because of the way these 3 ladies work ethic!

My wife and I travel to the Crater of Diamonds in Murfreesboro at least once a year for several days but we always stay at Winners Circle in Hot Springs because of Elisa &company who runs the kitchen. Rooms are always clean and neat. Checking in and out is always smooth.

This property is very convenient to Oaklawn Park and Casino. Older, but well kept and maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not huge, but fine for a good night's rest. Breakfast is good with plenty of options. If you are going to the races or the casino, this is a great option to stay.

We love the convenience to the track and casino. We always eat or get cocktails at Rocky's and crosswalk bar. Breakfast is wonderful. Both hot and cold fresh choices. We have been staying here for years. Overall is an older hotel but clean and has had some updates

My cousin and I had to find a last minute hotel in Hot Springs and this one had availability!! The lady at the desk (we forgot her name) was the BEST! She was so kind and funny and brightened our night (it was a very long night). Then, in the morning, we went to breakfast and Alisa and Donna served us. They were AWESOME!! They were so welcoming and cared for us like we were family. I have never been to a hotel breakfast quite like this. It is one I will never forget and, if I have the chance, I will be back!! The hotel was ok, nothing special, but was clean and Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino were right across the street. The traffic noise was loud, but thankfully we were at the rear of the property so it was not too loud. We had a AARP rate of $98 that we booked online weeks ahead of time, but upon checking out, we were charged $150 for the second night. The desk clerk said they always do that. I even asked about the two rates being on the check in sheet and when I pointed to the $98 rate and asked if this is what I was being charged, the clerk responded yes it is....but failed to tell me the other rate would be for the second night. I should have read the entire check in sheet before signing. Lesson learned...I will now read (especially if 2 rates are listed) the check in sheet and more specifically asked what rates will be charged for two night.

Great location! Room was nice, spacious and very Clean! Beds were comfortable, good nights sleep. Receptionist was Outstanding!! I think her name was “Stormy” She was so Kind and even though she was very busy she made sure everyone was greeted with a Smile and given the best checkin experience possible. Breakfast selection was Great and the Women working the buffet were Friendly and Hospitable! Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!

Initially, I wasn't happy that the room smelled like a 3-pack a day smoking habit, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Everything is very clean and very nice. Maybe in my top 5 hotels I've ever stayed in. 5 stars. The free breakfast is easily the best damn breakfast at any hotel I've ever been to.

Hospitality is their business and they clearly understand the meaning of the word. From check-in, Perhaps the best breakfast in Best Western to check out & parking for Oak Lawn Race track which is directly across the street, what ever you ask for, the answer is probably "we can"!

We always stay here and love it! Rooms are clean and homey. The beds are comfortable. Staff is super nice! We love the breakfast and the ladies are amazing! The track is right across the road. I definitely recommend staying here! Funny story. We tried turning on the tv and it wouldn't work. We went and got help and one of the staff came to see what was wrong. In the end someone stole the power cord to the tv. We all laughed as she got another cord and replaced it.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it was very pleasant. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and well furnished. Parking was available in front of my room for convenience. Parking lot was well lit. The morning breakfast was good, and filling.

The ladies at the breakfast buffet, Alissa, Donna,andJulie are knocking it out of the park.and so. Is t h e rest of t h e staff. We were there on a motorcycle trip and needed to air up a tire the maintenance man brought over a compressor and we were back on the road . This place is impressive. Thanks for all you do.

Everything was good. Room was clean, breakfast was good, check in and out was easy. All of the staff, from the front desk to the people cleaning the rooms to the people cooking and serving breakfast was top notch.

Overall very satisfied. Room rate was good. Room was very nice, clean and spacious with amenities. Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff NOTE: Only negative which was not a big deal was we had a bottle of wine we had just purchased and ask attendant for a wine bottle with a cork opener, but she said she was sorry she didn't have one. I guess looking back we should of bought an opener when we purchased the wine. When we were informed BW didn't have one we decided we didn't want to dress and go back out to find a opener somewhere as it was late and we were tired. Just thought it would of been something that the BW facility would of had. We didn't get to enjoy our wine we had just bought. Sometimes little things are big things.

We have used this hotel when we have needed to travel to Hot Springs for medical appointments. Our stays have been a great experience. Very helpful staff, very clean rooms, and a quiet environment in the surrounding area. We will continue to stay here whenever we need a place to stay in Hot Springs. Great location for access to whatever we may need.

Very clean, older motel with a high quality remodel and many updates. Reservations were easy to make online, desk staff were courteous and efficient, and the room was clean and welcoming. Our king bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the in-room table and two chairs to comfortably use our laptop or eat a quick snack. The large TV had DirecTV cable and it was user-friendly unlike TVs in other motels. I look forward to their deluxe hot breakfast in the morning. It was really great the last time we stayed here about 4 years ago. Definitely consider this fine lodging in your next visit to Hot Springs, AR.

Great place to stay! Staff is very friendly, great breakfast and coffee, and just a short walk across the street to the horse races and a NON smoking Casino. Great place to just get away for a weekend!

The room decor was beautiful, the bed was HUGE, and we had a safe, fridge and microwave in the room. Very nice and clean. I felt safe and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided the next morning. The staff was also very accommodating to us.

Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms. Great free breakfast is provided too. We always stay here when we go to Hot Springs for the races and to visit the casino. It is close to restaurants and bars making it easy to walk to these establishments.

We stay here every year and as always, the staff is super friendly and helpful. One person in our party got sick and the staff were quick to help us. They used one of the golf carts to assist us with gettng her back to the room. The front desk staff even asked how she was doing the following day. Breakfast gals are all so sweet too.

Check in was easy, room was super clean, bed was comfortable, and we got a hot shower! Staff was super helpful and extremely courteous! This will definitely be our go to spot for all of our future trips!

I'm 78 and have stayed in hotels and motels a lot. I have always enjoyed a free breakfast. They are pretty much the same. The biscuit and gravy is one of my favorites. Alisa and Julie at the Winners Circle are the absolutely best I have ever eaten. Evey hotel and motel should take lessons from these two wonderful ladies.

We were there February 1-4th. Leaving the 4th. We stay there because the rooms are clean and across street from Oaklawn race track. The best reason is the wonderful breakfast prepared by Alisa/Jolie The food is so good and the ladies so friendly! Its a great place! C. Brite

Great staff. Super king bed, and the breakfast was very good. The motel has kept the units nice with clean carpet and nice paint!!! My wife and I slept well, the restroom was nice and clean. This gave us a good start to our day and our adventures!!!

The manager Melissa is rude!! I was overcharged for my stay… she threatened To place me on the abandoned list for there mistakes!! Melissa called my phone after my stay screaming about how she would take pay out of her employees check for mistakes she made…

This convenient downtown location has so many amenities it's had to list them all. I HIGHLY recommend this dog friendly hotel with its private dog park. Rooms are newly renovated and super clean. Hotel has a beautiful made to order breakfast in a dining room. Motor cycle riders will enjoy the bike wash. A sweet outdoor area with picnic tables and grill to use are available and pool. The employees here are many and took notch friendly. Cozy oasis. You are my #1 best western ever.

The room was so clean and fresh smelling and the beds are very comfortable.the people there are amazing and so friendly , this will be the only place I stay in hot springs ,I couldn't ask for any better.

I was genuienly surprised. At first, I wasn't too happy about the price but little by little I started seeing the value. It is an inn style hotel. However, the service was top notch. The representatives were very understanding. I was running a little late to check out and they worked with me no problems. Beds are sensational. Breakfast is pretty good actually. The gym is so so but was able to get some cardio in. Very pleased. And it's not too far from the center

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Every time I come to Hot Springs, I stay here. Breakfast and kitchen staff phenomenal. A full cafeteria style breakfast. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. You can tell they love their jobs. They are one of a kind.

Nice, cool room. Quick check in. Friendly lady in the office. It was 100+ degrees outside. The lady in the office gave us several cold bottles of water. The hotel was directly across the street for our music outing. This morning, the ladies in the breakfast room were efficient and very friendly. Everything was clean, fresh, and we had a delicious breakfast.

This is my "go to" for the first night of a northbound road trip. Very convenient in a great location as it is an updated motel that is very well run and cared for. I recommend walking a very short distance to Rocky's Corner for lunch or dinner.

The staff was amazing! Best breakfast hands down! Great location for magic springs! We got the mini suite with our kids and it occupied us great! The room were so clean. I never stayed somewhere that was that clean before. Me and my family travel a lot. This was the best experience ever!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. Since our first time, there has been remodeling and updating done to the hotel. On this trip we found the hotel to be clean and well-appointed. Our bed was super comfortable and the room was VERY quiet, even though the hotel was relatively well-booked. From the front desk to housekeeping, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good. The hotel is conveniently located and we enjoyed our two-night stay. We plan to return anytime we are in Hot Springs.

We expected downtown sounds, but didn't realized we were getting a dingy cheap motel experience with the Best Western name. Felt rushed with check in, found food crumbs in our sheets and broken tile in threshold of the bathroom. Also, expect to have minimal space for driving through the lot. My mini van struggled to manuever around parked trucks that were on the corner spaces. Honestly, I expected it to be a little better since we were staying at a BW. Felt more like some cheap hotel in the bad part of town. Also, why would you tell your guests that you've made fun of guests because they locked themselves out on the private balcony, so don't do it???

My husband and I booked a impromptu weekend trip in order to visit Magic Springs. I chose this hotel because it had smoking rooms, was closer to the park, and it was pretty centrally located to other sites and attractions. I love the fact that they text you to do an pre-check in. This is super helpful as it speeds up the process upon arrival. I also love the fact that you receive a text each day asking if you need anything. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The breakfast was very good also. The staff actually bring your food to the table. The room was worth the price. I will definitely lodge here again.

Very welcoming staff and a good pool area but the room itself was tired. Breakfast was disappointing in no toast available but the staff were all lovely and accommodating. It's a car ride away from historic district but offered good value for money

This is one of the best, hospitable hotels we have stayed in!! Everyone at front desk is super nice. It's biker friendly w/ a bike wash. Wonderful breakfast in mornings & the lady who serves it is absolutely refreshing. Highly recommend!!!!

It was a great experience. Your employees are fantastic. What a great crew you have working for your company. It was very clean and everything worked. I didn't have to ask for one thing. The room was stocked as it should be and everything was in working order.

Its no coincidence their name is Best Western. Its always the best stay every time we stay here. The rooms are always roomy and comfortable and its a blessing that everything always works like it should. The beds are never too hard or too soft and you always have plenty of pillows that are "just right" to lay my head on. Count the pool, the spa and hot tub and exercise room and you are literally heaven on earth. Thank you for always being our safe haven and heaven every time we stay with BW. You are literally the rainbow to look forward too at the end of every day. Thank you for that and I dont mind saying BW is the ONLY hotel we have stayed with for the last 5 years and any & all future stays will be BW ONLY. You have spoiled us...and we love it! We chose this BW because of its location. We had never stayed at a BW. But we highly recommend this location to anyone who.is visiting the Hot Springs Ark area. The staff was very friendly and professional. We requested extra towels upon check in and they were there. The room was clean and cool upon our early arrival. We were to check in at 3 but we got there at 230 and they welcomed us. Adrianna (may be spelled incorrectly) checked us in. She was definitely on the job from towels at the pool to assisting customers at the desk. There was a elderly man who was having an issue. She patiently and discreetly took care of him. And without mussing a beat continued to her other duties.... Our stay was AWESOME.

Me and my family rented 2 separate rooms .Very clean and neat. All staff were kind and very knowledgeable of the town . They were super great with my grandchildren . I would definitely encourage others stay here

The breakfast was great my kids love it wanted second we had a blast thanks again. The pillows were great as well made my sleep even better especially with kids getting a good rest after activities was the best.

Online the hotel was pretty nice, when we got there it was more of a motel setup. The room was small and it had a very stale smell upon entering, like no cleaning supplies had been used. The bench across from the sink was were flimsy, so I advised everyone to stay off of it.

This was a quick stop for us on the way Missouri and were pleasantly satisfied with our stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, and great breakfast included. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but heard it was cool and 9ft deep.

The breakfast ladies Alisa, Donna, and Julie are awesome!! I would stay her again just because of them. The breakfast of eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, bacon and more is delicious, hot, and fresh. The stay overall was great. Clean room, plenty of nice fluffy pillows, and friendly 24 hour service at the front desk. Great location. Inside our room we could hear a little traffic noise and a bit of outdoor noise from other guests at the pool, etc.. on a Saturday night, but nothing that disturbed us. Always felt completely safe, and things quieted down a a reasonably early hour. Would definitely stay again. Really great deal and great experience.

Would most definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Bacon, sausage, fried potato's, eggs, biscuits, gravy and waffles. I was also impressed they served fruits, yogurt, cereal and juice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

When I searched for a room in the area price was a concern, the price was one of the best available thru multiple searches, the reviews were good so I took a chance because I already trust the Best Western name from previous experiences. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and checking in/out was a breeze!

Wonderful staff who truly care about their guests. We visited and stayed for a friends birthday & Alisa, Julie & Jennifer sang to her AND brought her a birthday cake. How special! We will not stay anywhere else when we visit Hot Springs - these ladies are the best.

This place is great! Location, breakfast, staff, and overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be staying here again. Met family to go to the horse races, having the hotel across the street from the racetrack was another huge plus. The breakfast was one of the most impressive compliments from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the large television with multiple channels was most appreciated. Loved it!

Since our last stay they have painted added new carpet. Breakfast is always great. It's across the street from the race track/casino Rocky's Pizza is next door (amazing) and the little dive bars are a lot of fun (Frontier) The bars and restaurants in the casino are great too.

We felt the motel was overpriced. The customer service was great. The hotel room seemed clean. bed hurt our back. Breakfast was a great variety but the quality was very lacking. Overall it was an alright place to stay but we could have found something nicer.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. It was a bit noisy in the night which was a Saturday but otherwise was fine. Decent enough breakfast with the best group of ladies to serve you. Everything was fresh and hot!! It is right across the street Oaklawn!!

Breakfast was good but the service of Julie, Alisa and Jennifer was awesome! So polite…came to the table several times to ask if we needed anything. They kept everything stocked up and They were extremely sweet.

Alisa Julie and Jennifer were WONDERFUL. I cannot believe the service we received here. The food was yummy, all of the food was hot. The women made sure all the tables were cleaned regularly and they came around and helped pick up the trash off the tables while we were eating.

This hotel is great and very clean house keeping is great if you have a problem they will get you some help.the hotel has just been remodeled and with it being across the street from Oaklawn Park it's so easy to walk across the street for a fun day of horse racing are going to the Casino.

Had a reservation down the road went check in and after an hour of the management trying to find the trifecta a tv or a tv that worked and a clean room I left went to this best western best decision I made on the whole trip will definitely be staying there whenever we visit hot springs in the future the room was spotless everything worked and I actually slept through the night something I rarely do at home. I booked on line thru the app and was checked in in less than 5 minutes way better experience than the Wyndham chain has ever been

Great location for going to Oaklawn and the great sights around Hot Springs National Park. Rooms were very clean and in good order. All the amenities that I needed for my stay. Great free breakfast available

We had to find a hotel that would accommodate my family and pets, we were very happy with our stay! The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is located in a central area near most all attractions in Hot Springs.

Upon arrival the lady at the desk was very welcoming and personable. The breakfast ladies are the best i have even encountered. They greet you, wait on you and also get to know you. The maintenance crew and cleaning crew always greeted you and asked if you need anything. Dont let the first appearance fool you. It is an older hotel but it is well worth the stay. It is very resonable.

This motel has an excellent breakfast clean and the cooks are amazing alisa and Julie will hook you up with a big smile and great cooking skills those cinnamon rolls are to die for. Thanks ladies we will be back.

Everything was great!! Victoria at the front desk was extremely helpful and the maintenance man and cleaning service were exceptional as well!! The cafeteria style breakfast was exceptional and the young lady who works there was very nice and courteous!! We will definitely stay here again!!

The cook, Alisa, was the nicest person to have to be working on Christmas. The food was great and hot. Came to our table to ask if we needed anything. She was on top of it. The room was clean and front desk were really nice as well.

The ENTIRE STAFF HERE IS AMAZINGLY AWESOME!! If you need ANYTHING, they will do their best to accommodate your needs!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! There aren't enough stars to rate it any higher, so I had to settle for 5. But if there were more, I would DEFINITELY rate it the top level no matter how many stars there are!!

Can't beat the location or price for a weekend get away to Oaklawn. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. In fact, I left my Kindle in the room and they called to let me know. The breakfast each morning was great as well. We will be back!

Front desk is helpful as well as very pleasant. Beds are cleanly/crisply made which makes them look nice and inviting with fluffy pillows. The breakfast is wonderful as well. Also, they conveniently accept cash which was ideal for me and greatly appreciated.

Location was perfect, just across the street from the racetrack. Breakfast was very good and room was comfortable. Staff was really friendly. Pool was nice however we couldn't use it due to weather. New carpeting in our room.

from the encounter with the lady at the front desk when we arrived, the nice lady serving the hot breakfast the next morning, to the housekeeper who helped us before we left, I could not have asked for nicer and more accommodating employees. Overall, it was a great experience and everyone was wonderful. You should be proud of your workers that provide such a wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean too.

We arrived in town early and right in the middle of our lunch, we got a text saying our room was ready and we could check in early if we chose to do that. Great customer service is what you call that! After lunch, we went and checked in-room was as promised. Super clean and the bed was comfy-no weird leaky shower head or hair in the bathroom! Breakfast was over the top with biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, danishes, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee and water. The sweet ladies there serve you and you can have as much as you want. We love that you can park in front of your room! They don't have an elevator, so if you have mobility issues, book downstairs. Pool was pretty but it was too cold in November. It is just across the street from Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino-perfect for us because we were attending a concert. Five stars from check in until check out!

This was the best hotel experience in quite a while. Besides being pet friendly, the room was extra clean That alone was a refreshing detail while traveling this last year. We even decided to stay a extra night. Desk people were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was top notch as well. Oh, and the price was extremely reasonable. Centrally located, we will stay here again when in the area.

The motel is in a Great location. It's right across the street from the casino and walking distance to many eateries. Staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Notification by phone as to when my room was ready gave the experience a personal touch.

Great rooms! Every staff member that even walked by made sure to ask if all was well. There were 6-8 ladies that have all been super nice and made our stay extremely pleasant! I will never stay anywhere else in the Hot Springs area! The property is nice and the hot breakfast is nice but the staff make all the difference here! GREAT JOB LADIES, pat yourselves on the back and ask for a raise, whatever they pay you isn't enough! You are all terrific and deserve to be taken care of!!!! Everyone was great but Leslie went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this property! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did mine.

The bed was very comfy. Would have appreciated shower gel sachets and shampoo instead of soap. The best part of our stay was Alisa, the lady who served breakfast. She was really friendly and welcoming, a great ambassador for the hotel and Hot Springs! Thanks for a great breakfast too!

We booked at the last minute and it was super easy. The front desk was super helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Not to mention, the location was perfect; it's just down the road from a beautiful racetrack/casino and restaurants. You can book your stay here with peace of mind!

The room did not feel clean and smelled musty. There was a bug in our bed. The staff's response was that it was probably "just a stink bug." I feel that there should not be any type of bug in my bed! For the price, this place was terrible.

Front desk and the woman in charge of the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The food and efficiency in the breakfast room was much appreciated. Great location across from Oaklawn. Stayed in a newly refinishshed room. Everything was very comfortable and pleasant.

We visited Hot Springs, AR for our anniversary as a mini getaway. I researched the hotels and read reviews. This one seemed to have comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Well, while the breakfast was good, the bed was just plain lousy. It was a bowl. We could not get comfortable at all. Now, I know they had some room remodels going on during our stay. I am wondering if we were one of the unlucky ones that got an older room? Either way, we left more tired than we had arrived. The only saving point was the room was clean and we were only there 3 nights. Will not be back.

The breakfast here is great. The food is delicious. The staff in the breakfast room are the best I have found in my travels. They are friendly and they really care about the quality of the food they are serving. I would return, just for the breakfast staff. Our room was average, it was clean. However, there were plumbing problems in my friend's room, and their door did not work correctly (they entered through my adjoining room most of the time.) The front staff was very nice, and seemed eager to take care of any problems. It is quite noisy all night as it is on Central Avenue, which seems to be the main drag for sports cars and motorcycles racing.

Unfortunately, we were not able to check-in for our stay at Best Western Winners Circle. Upon arrival, there was a very obviously high on drugs person assaulting the front desk staff in the lobby. We thought we'd park and wait for the individual to leave, however we heard other noise and looked up at the balconies to see people standing on them yelling too. Afraid for what would happen, and knowing we would not be able to sleep at night if we stayed, we made the decision to exit the parking lot and call the front desk. The front desk person said they would cancel our reservations and to call in the morning for approval of the cancellation. We found a different hotel to stay at, and called back in the morning. The morning manager was apologetic and said there would be no charge. When we received our credit card statement the following month, a one-night charge was on our statement. My husband called back and a different manager said she reviewed the file and even though we were promised no charge, she decided that we should be subject to a one night penalty. Editing my review to add - The "management" posted on my previous review accusing us of not calling the night of the incident. This is completely false, I can show record of our phone log calling that evening, the next morning, and also the hotel calling us back the next morning. At any rate, we would have never stayed there, with our kids, and felt safe. I'm so glad another hotel, that was clean, had space available for us, even if it was almost twice the cost of Best Western. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs is a much nicer place.

If you're not staying on Bath House Row, this is the next best place because it's very centrally located and easy to get in and out. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and everyone seemed to love their jobs enjoy their coworkers . listening to other customers there were a lot of repeat customers. The employees all seemed very dedicating to hoping you would come back again. I love that the pool is open and warm enough to swim in. The breakfast was good. and the cook somehow found time to clean as well. There was only one indicator that I saw all of the age of the hotel, and that I had a short old toilet in room 170 that I had to flush a couple times, but it worked with the two flush method of flush wait a while then flush again. Everything else was top notch.

This is the best hotel that we have visited in a long time. We spend a lot of time traveling. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help in any way possible. The room was clean and the breakfast was the best I could have asked for in a hotel! Thank you ladies we enjoyed our stay!

I go to the Hot Springs area to dig crystals and return to Best Western Winners Circle because it is the best budget friendly hotel in the area. It is clean and every staff member is pleasant and helpful. Every employee I met was cheerful and pleasant. They know how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of things to eat. The made tor order mini waffles were delicious and much better than giving guests full sized waffles that would have been too big to finish. The servers were very efficient and personable.

Mrs. Donna and Alisa were super sweet and friendly serving our breakfast which was the best hotel breakfast weve had by far! The location was safe and secluded. The beds were pretty comfortable and room was clean.

The friendliest, most kindest staff; these ladies are awesome! They make you feel like family. I never want for anything, they check on you, bring you whatever you need when you need it. I will not stay anywhere else! Perfect location and a staff no one can compare to! I absolutely love it here!

Although the walls were a little thinner than I prefer, the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff person was friendly and check-in was easy. They offer a hot breakfast of eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, as well as freshly baked Danishes. Coffee was surprisingly good. Parking in front of your room is easy and convenient. Good value and convenient location to Hot Springs National Park and many restaurants.

From initial phone contact with Brittany to check in, also with Brittany, to the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room to the breakfast and the ladies tending to it, ALL WAS OVER THE TOP PERFECT!!!!!!! Whenever we are in the Hot Springs area, you can bet we'll stay here!

This was at a good location. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We spent 2 nights, and all was good. Bad weather kept us from taking advantage of the pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was cafeteria style and have many options for what to eat.

the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have had the pleasure to be with in years. The FREE BREAKFAST made the start of the day setoff to a wonderful day. The friendliest clerks were helpful in every way, where to go how to get there and usually with a map. th rooms were clean & AC worked heat/cool.

We stayed 2 nights on our trip. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The desk clerks there go FAR above and beyond to be helpful. Enthusiastic and positive! We even came back and asked for a dinner recommendation. The restaurant wasn't something we may have tried just looking at it but it was EXCELLENT! I needed an out of service towel to clean my windshield and she got me something that worked great. Highly recommended!

It's a nice place to stay. Customer service is key to success for service oriented business especially hospitality sector. I give 5/5 for the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is filling and it tasted better because of how it is served by the great ladies who did a great job. They brought food on the table and picked the plates when the guests were done. The hotel is close proximity to the tourist places. Kids enjoyed the pool. Overall we are satisfied with the stay and highly recommend this place. Keep up the great work.

Best hotel during our cross country trip so far. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel slightly located out of the busy tourist area but easy to access. Room was great. Laundry room was clean. Personal breakfast. Fantastic restaurant immediately next door.

Such a great place to stay, close to the track/casino, pet friendly and awesome staff. Loved the breakfast and sweet lady working there, and our check in gal on Mon the 22nd was so sweet and helpful. We had a room with a patio which was great. Would definitely stay there again.

PROS - Great, super friendly, honest & helpful staff - very eye clean room - super comfortable beds - Microwave and fridge - HD TV with lots of channels - standard auto lock door, deadbolt AND chain lock - Free parking - full hot breakfast including eggs, sausage/bacon, packaged pastries, biscuits, sausage cream gravy, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, fruit juice, teas, coffee, sometimes homemade pastries - Homemade pastries at breakfast (best part of the breakfast in my opinion). Some of the most delicious pastries I have ever eaten) - Great location (around an hour or less from most crystal mines) and close to highways, restaurants and stores - sink separate from toilet/shower - lots of sink counter space - Great shower - Dog park - Ice machine (though door broken and open) - vending machines - pool - fitness center - on the whole very quiet when inside the room (except for the bikers who never met a muffler they didn't decapitate and bury at sea on sight) We didn't even hear our neighbors once. - Casino/racetrack right across the street that your can't hear CONS - frequently changing wifi password. You have to remember to keep requesting it. - motel (I stay at them at times but prefer hotels) - Table with only 2 chairs in a room that can accommodate up to 4. (Though there was also a bench near the bathroom it was not really all that comfy for just sitting or trying to eat). - bed size. Most double rooms have queen size beds. These seemed more like Twin XLs (slightly smaller than a full) - Two tiny trash cans only, like half the size of the average bathroom wastebasket each - Hardly any towels - A couple of instances of a sketchy person or two outside at night though overall the location felt ok - Weak AC unit can not keep up with the room size. Freezing next to unit and bed 1 (if put at lowest temp) but barely tolerable by the time it reaches the restroom - especially when it's hot out. Stingy with towels in your room but generous if you go to the lobby and get them. If staying multiple days, request how ever many sets you think you will need for your whole stay and grab them when you check in or go to breakfast. Breakfast 6a - 10a. Super friendly staff all around. Decent fare, especially the homemade pastries which are absolutely divine. Super honest staff. One person in my party left a ring. They called to let us know they had found it and even went so far as to mail it back to us. Overall would we stay there again? I can't say yes but I wouldn't rule it out either.

This is a best value for your money; clean, safe, comfortable and family friendly! Everyone takes pride in their work at this hotel! This is a family friendly, pet friendly, super clean place to stay in Hot Springs! The dog park and dog biscuits were a very nice touch. The breakfast was so good, with biscuits/gravy and the personal service. We will be back soon!

Everyone was so nice. From the moment i walked in to check in to the moment we left everything was great and everyone was so nice. BEST HOSPITALITY EVER! Breakfast was great every morning! I was even able to take good to the room for the ones that decided to sleep a little later. They provided everything we needed and could ask for. Even when we were leaving, they provided us with knowledge and directions to downtown and all about the hot springs ( gave us a map and a magazine .) Will be staying here in the future! I wish I could remember everyone's names. They were awesome! The whole family enjoyed it all! We will be back to stay i promise. Thank you to everyone that worked this weekend, we loved it so much!

This is a great location near everything! the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Very dog friendly for your little fur babies. Enclosed dog park for them to do there business and stretch their legs. Clean rooms and comfortable beds with great pillows! Breakfast is prepared fresh no fix it yourself foid line. Fantastic for the price.

A great hotel with good prices. We have stayed there a few times and it's never been a disappointment. They have a nice swimming pool for the family. Even though it's on the main strip, there is no noise from the highway in your room. We will definitely be back MATLOCK FAMILY

We've visited here in June 2022 as well as August 2022 and the staff has consistently been great! Super polite and accommodating. Alisa in the kitchen is amazing! So polite and makes sure everyone is taken care of and the food is great! Almost like you're in a hometown diner. By far the best breakfast experience I have had at a hotel. I attached my breakfasts that I had while I was there. We stayed in a suite and it was well lit and so roomy! Highly recommend!

We attended a convention and found the accommodations wonderful. Staff was great and absolutely enjoyed Alisa who took care of us at breakfast time. We had been to Best Western a couple months prior and everything was great. Alisa's has such a friendly attitude with she came into contact. We look forward to our next visit.

The ladies at the breakfast bar cooked a fantastic breakfast and were very friendly and professional. There were only two of them and they did a fantastic job with a full house. It's hard to find homestyle cooking and friendly service these days post Covid when you travel. I highly suggest this hotel both for clean rooms good staff at the front desk and a fantastic breakfast bar!

This is an older property, but very well taken care of. I received a text advising when my room was ready, asking if I needed anything and thanking me for staying there. Breakfast was prepared and served cafeteria style by a group of very friendly ladies. Room was very clean & comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

The service, the room, the breakfast,everything was wonderful I will not be staying anywhere but this place when I'm in hot springs. The customer service is amazing everything is clean and cozy. I can't find anything to complain about also the ladies that do the breakfast are an awesome group of ladies.

Julie on the staff at Best Western Winners Circle is so sweet and helpful. My family was in from out of state and she gave us excellent customer service in addition to telling us the best to visit in Hot Springs. The whole entire staff was out of this world and I recommend anyone traveling to Hot Springs to visit them.

I have never seen a manager talk to a employee the way y'all's have. While going to breakfast with my boyfriend we were walking back to our room when we noticed a horrible altercation between a employee and the manager. I asked a housekeeper who she was and they informed me she was the owner of operations and that she has been treating serval employees with disrespect.The manager was calling the young man names such as (pussy, and peice of sh*t) and threatening him. She then made a woman return her work shirt at that moment and the poor lady had no shirt on underneath. I would not be surprised if a law suit isn't headed your way. I was appalled at what I was seeing, and even more concerned that you would allow someone to treat your employees in such a way. That woman has no management skills to be talking to anyone the way she was in front of guest like that and peoples children. I hope the young man involved calls cooperate and informs them of the incident that happened and I hope something is done about it. You can NOT talk to people the way that manager was. What a foul human being.

We were provided great service and an exceptionally clean room. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and tended to any need we had. We appreciate the great customer service! Thank you for making our mini vacay in Hot Springs wonderful.

All the ladies at the front desk,& the ladies that cooked breakfast was excellent and extremely helpful. The rooms were very cleaned and there hospitality was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Winners Circle! They had the friendliest staff of our entire trip--at the front desk and at breakfast. This breakfast wasn't your ordinary continental free for all breakfast. It was a hot breakfast served up by such nice staff members! A really great experience! The rooms were clean and we had no trouble finding a spot to park. The only downside to our stay was when a couple tried to get into our room twice before 7:00am. They were together, apologetic about the situation, and weren't aware that the other had tried to get in once before. I'm thinking they just had the wrong room, which is at no fault of the staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything in our first floor room was fresh, new, updated and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cheerful and bright. Good hot meal served by attentive server/cook. All this plus the price was right. Parking

This place is a amazing we never have any issues when we stay here, my only concern is when booking I did put I needed a room on the bottom due to my grandma being disabled and stairs are not her friend. We didn't get a bottom room and it killed her to walk up and down so I rated it as a 4 because there were people staying on the bottom the could have easily been put at the top to accommodate.

We didn't want to spend a bunch of money on one of the bigger, more famous hotels in Hot Springs. Boy was this a great idea, the place is spotless the staff is Super and the lady at the FREE breakfast can cook Biscuits and Gravey as good as anyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

This is a great motel to stay at. You can park right by your room. The place is kind of like home. It has friendly staff at the front desk like Leslie, has a great little outdoor pool, outdoor tables and chairs in a little grassy area, washing machines and a nice washing area, ice machines that are convenient, dog park that's fenced, good location, but best of all is the wonderful breakfast that Donna & Alisa cook and serve. So many great choices to eat from 6-10 and great coffee too. Thank you all. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Our stay here was fantastic and the amazing ladies serving breakfast made it absolutely memorable. Donna, Alisa and Julie treated my daughter like she was their own and they were just super nice all around. Not to mention it was the best b & g I've had in a long time! We will definitely be back for her special waffles!

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Every employee that I met was super helpful and very friendly. The facilities were clean and seemed to be well-maintained. I would definitely stay at this property again, and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for lodging in this area.

In April my friends and I travelled from Illinois to Arkansas for a weekend of Hot Springs, horse racing and casino. We stayed at the Best Western which was great! But what made it excellent were 3 ladies, Donna, Alise, and Julie. These ladies took care of our morning breakfast. The personal attention we received from them was incredible. They talked with us and you could tell they loved what they did. One of us celebrated his birthday that weekend. These ladies had a cake and made him feel special on his birthday. The kindness at the Best Western from these 3 ladies will not be forgotten, as we still talk about them. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you Donna , Alise and Julie for being so kind in this crazy world, we are truly grateful. May God bless you three abundantly!

We drove from Shreveport, Louisiana for my sons 4th birthday. We visited Magic Springs and stayed at the hotel. it was so very nice the hotel staff was so nice. It was comfortable and quiet. On my sons birthday 05/21/2022, Ms. Alisa and her co worker song happy birthday to my son and presented him with a birthday cake with a candle lit. it was very memorable. The breakfast was great. It was a great stay and I will surely be visiting again.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating to our needs. Reasonably priced! The front desk staff (unfortunately I do not have their names), helped with our restaurant needs and tourist activities. Alisa and Donna who tended the breakfast were also informative regarding the areas activities. They were very attentive serving and dealing with breakfast. The entire staff was very personable.

Great location. An easy 5 min drive to downtown and across street from race track. Nice small outside pool area, and rooms are updated. Comfy beds. This hotel has a great breakfast room. They have a staff that fixes up a plate of hot food for you of your choice. Today was scrambled eggs, biscuits snd gravy, crispy bacon, potatoes. Plus other items. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Great choice. Beautiful area and love the casino too! Very relaxing and quiet place. We especially enjoy the breakfast. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it appeared to be well maintained. We will come back!

Best value for the money so far for me in Hot Springs. It's literally across the street from Oaklawn and convenient to drive or Uber/Lyft anywhere in town. The breakfast is the best, too! The rooms aren't fancy, but clean and comfortable. The staff is competent, responsive, and friendly.

Check in a snap. Pool quiet and clean. Typical room. Small bath towels. Only difficulty was our keys didn't work the second day. Quickly rectified by the office. AMAZING breakfast! Donna was an amazing server at breakfast. Friendly, grateful and fun.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - it is right across the street from the Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino. That is not what we went to Hot Springs for, but it certainly ended up being a bonus because we went to a concert at the casino. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful and when we had a problem with our TV, they came within minutes of the call and resolved the issue. I want to especially thank Alisa, Donna, and Julie who served the breakfast! Alisa was there every day and made us feel welcome while taking an interest in our visit and providing us with a map and points of interest in Hot Springs. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area!!!

It's a great hotel and I've stayed there many times the dog park is wonderful most everyone is good about picking up after there dogs. Everyone that works there is great and very helpful. My biggest complaint is the handicap rooms and bath rooms are very small and no roll in showers beds once you can get in them is a challenge the bed sits up so high it's very hard the bath room is very small with a small tub the rails in the bath tub are great the rail next to the toilet will work but it's very small and only on one side of the toilet

This hotel delivered an excellent restful 2 night stay. The front desk staff was friendly, our room was available before check-in time and was very clean and well maintained. The shower had great water pressure and the HVAC worked very well. For the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We used the laundry center and had breakfast. The breakfast is served by an attendant not self serve which makes some people feel better about hygiene. Eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and biscuits and gravy were all available, a better than average showing for a normal non plus or premiere BW. The location is not close enough to reasonably walk to bath house row etc but it is directly across from the casino and walk-able to a few restaurants and bars.

From the ease of making a reservation to constant follow up before arrival I received several e-mails regarding my upcoming stay. They even let me know my room was ready an hour before my arrival. The staff is the most friendly I have ever experience and I working the hotel industry for over 12 years. Location is perfect, especially if you are going to the Oaklawn, it is right across the street. Long hours to access breakfast and lots of variety to choose from. There is even a bike wash, I saw a guest giving his dog a shower. There is also a dog park.

This hotel was a great location to horse track. It was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and hekpful. The breakfast and breakfast crew was fantastic. Especially Donna,Alise,and Julie. They were servers at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful.. i recommend to stay here.

Hotel is super clean. Staff is amazing and helpful and very friendly. Location is perfect! Track and casino is within walking distance. The only issue is trying to get in and out of the hotel during race time.

Excellent customer service! The rate was a little high though. Breakfast was good and hot. Beds were okay but people were standing outside and making a lot of noise. Casino was across the street with easy access to it.

Hotel is older but some updates have been made. Place is clean, a plus is a table and 2 chairs available in the room. Plenty of room for luggage and/or coolers. Breakfast close and very good. Like that there is carpet instead of stark cold wood look floors. Would stay again.

The Best Western Winners Circle is across the street from the Oaklawn Race Track and Casino in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The rooms that we have stayed in (three visits within the past two years) were clean, well stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. The grounds well maintained with several picnic tables, an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym. We stayed on the second floor, and during our visits we were in quiet surroundings. On-site parking across from the race track was nice. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast, served in a breakfast room that felt like walking into a restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, and was served by three ladies who did the preparation and filled each plate by order. In that way the patrons were not sharing serving utensils, hovering over hot plates, etc. Even the coffee was served....with no limit for refills. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, danish pastry, apple and orange juice, etc. People might ask to take their food "to go" or sit at one of a number of tables there. When people got up to leave someone was right there to remove dishes and wipe down the table. We especially appreciated the friendly breakfast crew. Donna, Alisa, and Julie are well known by many of those who are regulars at the Winners Circle. We look forward to seeing them again- next time.

Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, extremely accommodating staff, across the street from Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. Hot Springs is a very nice town with lots of shops for shopping and Bath Houses to get a massage. Beautiful area of Arkansas.

Even during the Arkansas stakes race weekend the hotel staff was prompt, friendly and took excellent care of us. Front desk was on the spot with everything. The breakfast staff was superb. The food was a complete hot breakfast and had marvelous homemade pastries. Housekeeping supplied all our extras promptly with a smile. Thank you and we will be back

Central location for good restaurants and easy walk to race track. Motel was old school but very clean and neat. Staff very friendly. Even gave out tip sheet. Breakfast was good and adequate.buffet style

We had booked a room due to being across the street from Oaklawn. First of all this is a MOTEL not a HOTEL. When we arrived there was not a parking spot available. The woman working the desk informed me that they allow non-customers to pay to park if they are going to Oaklawn. She also said that if we would wait about an hour then the people from Oaklawn would be leaving. Why should a paying customer have to wait for parking. We decided we would not stay and checked back out. They said no problem call Expedia and tell them to refund as we can't do a 3rd party refund. Apparently a LIE see below. Upon calling Expedia and them talking to the property owner, the owner said that we left because of a family emergency and that they always have plenty of parking. Both LIES!! The owner said he had charged me for one night due to leaving early and would not refund the remainder of the cost. Obviously this owner cares more about money than the reputation of his property. Please don't support this crook.

We were extremely happy with the king bed room, the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on! Breakfast by Miss Julie was wonderful! Our trip was too short so we'll be back and will most definitely come back to this motel.

This hotel was very clean and well kept. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. But the BEST part was the breakfast that Donna, Alisa and Julie prepared and served!! They were AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to take care of everyone and give them an AWESOME breakfast experience like no other!! Definitely will be back!!!

Employees are great courteous and friendly. The Price on the other hand has gotten out of control. Can no longer afford to stay there. If am going to pay this price for the convenience i will just stay at the Oaklawn Casino Hotel for that convenience other wise stay up the street for half the price.

Comfy beds and pillows. Best part of the stay was Alisa and the wonderful breakfast! The food was amazing and Alisa's customer service was top notch. Better service than most restaurants! The front desk staff was also helpful and friendly.

This motel is located across the street from a Casino and Horse Race Track. This is either positive or negative depending on the purpose of your stay and when you stay. Our first night here was on a Saturday. The last horse race of the day was just over when we arrived and the place was packed and it was very loud that night. The second night the place was almost empty and it was so quiet. The purpose of our visit was to see the national park and the town and not the Casino or horse racing. I would not recommend staying here on a weekend unless the purpose of your trip is the casino/horse racing. I would recommend staying during the week. Our room was clean except for urine I noticed at the base of the toilet (yuk) evidently overlooked by housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I ate an orange each morning and it was fresh. The ladies were extremely kind and helpful. They wore masks and filled your plate for you. The location was not within walking distance to Hot Springs Bathhouse Row but we did not have difficulty finding a place to part at the free parking garage.

We stay here every year on Valentine's simply to be close to the track. We always stay in the family suite (and the adjacent smaller suite). As always, the staff are friendly and the breakfast crew keep our plates full! We will keep coming back to BW Winner's Circle because the location CAN'T BE BEAT!! See y'all next year!

Been to Hot Springs for several Corvette conventions but now we know where we will stay. We were headed to Nashville Tennessee but reading a Book on things to see in Arkansas, we decided to change our plans. Thank you all for a great experience

I was on a work trip accompanied by my husband. We got iced in and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooms are large, warm, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic, bacon, biscuits and gravy. A special shout out to Victoria for just being extra nice and friendly!

Was a very nice stay. Breakfast staff very pleasant. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We stay at the winner cycle quite often. Anytime a problem comes up the staff is very prompt in responding to the issues.

This hotel on the main street in Hot Springs appeared to be quite old-fashioned, but the rooms were updated and very large. The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We didn't attend, but it was right across the street from a race track and was also convenient to Hot Springs National Park. There was quite a lot of road noise even though it wasn't a very busy thoroughfare.

Great place to park and go. We didn't move our car for 3 days. Races, casino, Rocky's Pizza, taverns not to mention all the track amenities a short walk to our room! Rooms could use updating but worth the stay! Our go to place! Staff is amazing!

We came to Hot Springs to enjoy the horse races. The Winners Circle hotel located across the street had great reviews and had availability so we decided to book a room. The hotel receptionists on arrival were friendly efficient and very helpful with local attractions information. After checking in we walked across the street enjoyed the horses and then came back to the room. After freshening up we went to dinner came back enjoyed the casino then called it a night. The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served by some delightful women. It is one of the best complimentary breakfasts offered; eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, variety of juices coffee hot tea. If you can't find something to satisfy your morning craving then you aren't hungry. Will definitely stay here again when we return to this part of Arkansas.

Donna, Alisa, and Julie are absolutely amazing. Breakfast was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make us all happy! Really a surprising experience. Perfect ending to our race track and casino girls trip!

Donna, Alisa, and Julie welcomed 6 of us girls in at 9:55 and cooked extra food for all of us so we could eat. They were so caring and made sure we had plenty. Great customer service and kind people. ❤️

We had planned to stay just one night and continue on but the area was so nice and very there was so much to see we stayed one more night. And we were so comfortable and liked this hotel so well we stayed a 3rd night just to stay longer!

As usual our stay was great Only thing missing was cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I sure miss them I have been coming here for many years and Leslie goes above beyond and always greets you with a smile and makes you glad you are staying at Winners Circle

The hotel is in a very good location - right on the main road connecting bathhouse row and there's plenty shopping, restaurants etc nearby. - The hotel was reasonably clean but its a bit old and fixtures were so so. - The rooms are spread around individual building, which is good for privacy. But you have to walk a bit outside for the breakfast. Food & service: - Breakfast was expansive and they had enough items (even during covid times). Overall, I would recommend staying here. Ideally it was a great value considering we paid 80-odd per night, but deducted 1* as its an old property

I am happy that I chose to stay at this hotel. I was able to secure a very fair price in a popular location. It is a large facility with private entry doors. My favorite aspect was the breakfast with homemade sausage gravy and 5 varieties of fresh Danish pastries.

We always stay at the BW Winners Circle every time we come to Hot Springs. The property is kept up well, always clean. What keeps us coming back is the staff. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful. Our favorite part of our visit though is the ladies in the breakfast area. Donna and Alisa are mainstays at the BW Winners Circle. I love their familiar faces and the way they take care of folks at breakfast. They excel at their job and at making the most of the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend the BW Winners Circle to anyone coming to Hot Spings!

While the hotel could use some updating, my stay here was wonderful! The bed was comfortable, and the room was a great size. The best part was the staff, especially the front desk ladies. I had to fly to Hot Springs last minute, because my daughter was in the hospital and not doing well at the time, so, as you can imagine, I was very emotional. My stay at the hotel needed to be good, so that I could get the rest I needed when not at the hospital. On the second night of my stay, my refrigerator started making a constant buzzing sound at 3:00 in the morning, and so needless to say, I had a hard time sleeping. The drain in my bathtub wasn't draining very fast either, and I found myself taking a shower in ankle deep water. The next morning, I told Victoria at the front desk about the two problems, left to go to the hospital for a few hours, and by golly, when I got back, the fridge had been replaced and my drain was running smoothly....AND THEN...I noticed the new fridge wasn't set to a cold enough setting, told Victoria the next morning, left for a few hours, came back, and it had been readjusted. Those might seem like little things, but they were a big deal for me! And Victoria was SO nice and friendly, and they all are really there to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will jump right on any issues you may be having, so that your stay can be the best it can possibly be! Thank you, Victoria, for being such a warm, caring and friendly face when I needed one!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Best Western and have been very happy with it. We love that our dog is welcome there and the BEST thing about it is the staff who work in the breakfast area Donna and Alisa work so hard to prepare the breakfast, serve the breakfast, and clean up all while being super friendly to the hotel guests. Every day, I saw a smile on their faces and heard a friendly welcome to everyone. I'm sure they don't get paid near enough for the work they do, and I saw very few leave even a small tip for them so next time you're there... remember to tip them well! It is so hard to find these types of employees. Best Western is fortunate to have these two!

We evacuated to Hot Springs after Ida. I was working in the hotel d/t lack of electricity and internet. The holtel offers breakfast to all of it's visitors. Waffles made to order, hot eggs, bacon, sausage and an abundance of cereals. The real stars of the hotel were the 3 ladies; Donna, Alisa, and Julie. who prepared and served the breakfast. These ladies made a rough time so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the morning coffee and grits prepared just the way I like them. What GEMS hope they get their recognization that is weel deserves.

Just across the street from the casino and racetrack. Outdoor pool which was closed when we were there. A little old with 2 stories of all-outside entrances. Was nicely kept up and clean. Desk service was excellent. Breakfast room was large and very good service. A mile or so from downtown. Good pizza sports bar one block down.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, hot water in shower with good pressure. Staff at desk were nice. Breakfast was awesome and staff serving was exceptional!! My go to hotel in hot springs for sure !!!

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Upon entering the bathroom, two unflushed cigarettes were in the toilet. Was the room even cleaned thoroughly?! The toilet, after flushing the cigarettes, ran longer than it should have with a brown stain on the back. We didn't even say anything- we just left and found a nice, cleaner hotel down the road. Disgusting hotel. I'd rather have slept in my car.

Very comfortable bed, clean, and great breakfast. Right next to track, iconic restaurants, and live entertainment. Sweet accommodating staff. We celebrated a friend's birthday and will be back again soon!

We really was appreciative that there was a Best Western in this town. It was clear that it was a tourist place when we drove through town. Our room was nice and we really enjoyed the room, it was busy in the downtown area but where our room was located at was nice and quiet and we were able to have a restful stay on our way through. This room was big and met our expectations we had plenty of room in our room. We thought the bathroom was more than big enough for our needs and our toiletries. We would stay here again on our way through.

I have been wanting to try this motel for years. I'm in Hot Springs 1-2 times a year for the last 30 years. They have fixed the place up well but as many have said it is dated in many ways. I have to say, the bed was wonderful, as nice as the Hilton Garden Inn in Little Rock where I stayed the night before. The TV was a large flat screen with tons of channels. Breakfast as most have commented was good, the 2 ladies working it were wonderful. There is a bike wash area with a cabinet full of supplies. Be careful, the left door falls off. Now the part that will keep me from going back. The walls are paper thin. There is no sound deadening at all. There was a constant drip drip drip outside my room that I could hear all night. I was awakened at 2am by a loud group outside and you can hear the road traffic from Central like it's 10 feet away. My room was not in the front but about midway in the complex. Not a lot they can do to correct the traffic noise and it may not bother some people.

We loved our stay at this Best Western. The room was clean and everyone was so friendly. By far, the best part was breakfast served by Alisa and Donna. They made us feel right at home and took care of everything.

We really enjoyed staying at the Winners Circle. We were visiting Hot Springs and found this Best Western to be convenient to the downtown area. The hot breakfast was very good and the staff most welcoming and accommodating.

The service was wonderful. The front desk lady was very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed great service their during breakfast. The servers Alisa, Donna and Julie were great. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, easy to get in and out of this location. Didn't swim at the swimming pool but got sun bathed by the pool side and enjoy it. They also had a bike/ dog wash station

Wonderful place to stay! Clean rooms and great staff! Great location too. The breakfast is wonderful and a great way to start your day! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Hot Springs! An added bonus is that it's directly across the street from Oaklawn. Rockys next door has the best pizza and sandwiches too!

Breakfast was excellent and staff was very Very friendly staff. Only issues were I had to ask for toilet paper and a laundry bag; however, it was immediately made right by the professional staff. The rooms were clean and the amenities were as expected except for the weak wifi. The parking was nice as well since you could park directly in front of your room.

If traveling with a pet this is your best choice in Hot Springs. Personnel were extremely nice and professional. There is a dog park which was a big surprise. Breakfast was also good for a hotel freebie. There is also a pretty good restaurant just around the corner. For the cost this was an exceptional bargain. Shout out to front desk personnel Robert and Victoria. I just wish everyone was this nice!

Very reasonable rate. Very Clean really good hot breakfast. Front desk staff courteous and accommodating. Good location in safe area. Suggestions: our room was 4 rooms off highway (hotel is u shaped) - highway noise loud in room. If that bothers you ask for a room in the back. Room next to second floor outdoor steel stairwell. Occasional noise with people bringing bags up stairs or kids pounding down stairs. If noise bothers you to request room away from the stairs. Would def stay again. Recommend for price, cleanliness, hot breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and well lit. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Very quiet at night. We felt safe and comfortable here. We will defiantly be coming back to this hotel on our next crystal hunting adventure.

This was our first trip to Hoy Springs and the Best Western Winners Circle. I was most impressed with their staff. The front desk check in process was fast, friendly and very welcoming. This location takes excellent care of guests! Each morning we were warmly greeted by Donna and Alisa in the breakfast area, who served a delicious breakfast that is cooked on site. The breakfast had a great selection and was served hot. Our room (family suite) was large and comfortable and despite a dated design, everything functioned well. It also had a room with a couch and coffee table, making it perfect for a family staying together. Grounds were well kept and there are picnic tables to eat outside as well. Overall a very nice stay with a very friendly and helpful team!

This place was clean, comfortable, and extremely accommodating. I rented a few rooms for my 40th birthday celebration and this place was perfect. I felt safe (big deal for a single woman) and that they wanted my business. The location can't be beat either. Oh, and don't miss the breakfast!

Very friendly people, great parking even for vehicles with trailers and it was a secured parking lot. They suggested we go to the casino for dinner and wow they were spot on. Food was great, waitress was so sweet. Server at the hotel showed a perfect example of southern hospitality. So sweet and even joined in on some banter with me and my 5 friends that were traveling with me.

Went to the Breakfast after arriving an the food was amazing and Donna and Alisa where so kind and made us feel so welcomed and the food was so much better then I expected. I look forward to staying here again.

Great week! Great service for breakfast with Alisa, Julie and Donna. It would have been 5 + except we miss the big cinnamon rolls! Asked for full service one day and got it no problem. We were here for the Indian Get Together and also stays 4 days longer. See you next year!

Hotel was wonderful. The staff at the front desk was amazing and very friendly. I needed to check in early so my wife and 2 month old son would have a place to stay while I took my school golf team to Glenwood. They made sure a room was available for us. The breakfast was awesome. The ladies serving were friendly and the foot was hot and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Was expecting a multi story building. Instead it was a motel style hotel. Employees were very friendly and what stood out most was the restaurant. The wait staff went out of their way. DONNA, ALISA AND JULIE were very friendly, accommodating and personal like family. They were busy but had a friendly word for everyone. And the breakfast was a hearty full serving one of eggs, crispy bacon,waffles and danish. What a joy it was in the midst of all the hate and negativity in the world. BTW THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN , WELL APPOINTED AND THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THANK YOU BEST WESTERN

Without exception, the staff are perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They even smile and don't mind making a person feel welcome. The breakfast is cooked and served by a great lady. The swimming pool is open! And our puppy LOVED the enclosed dog park. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND the Winners Circle!!

Stayed here several times over the past several years. Motorcycle friendly with bike wash area. Always have a good breakfast, clean pool, frig in the rooms, however the hotel is getting dated and the rooms need remodeled.

Very comfortable and close to attractions, great night sleep and quiet, casino and racetrack nearby, duck boat tours and spas are wonderful, great parking for motorcycle and bike wash station is great

The best part of the stay was the amazing breakfast buffet served by 3 charming ladies: Donna, Julie and Alissa! So many choices, and such hospitality. Don't usually start a review talking about the breakfast, but this place was great. Donna, Alisa, and Julie served us instead of having a buffet. They were the nicest, friendliest ever. Took an interest in everyone and made our days. Rest of motel was good too. Clean, good check-in people

Ms. Donna makes the free breakfast here at the Best Western and I can say without a doubt ITS THE BEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN...BAR NONE!! The best waffle and scrambled eggs and bacon I ever stuck in my mouth. Thank you Ms. Donna!

The staff, the motel, breakfast and that they allow dogs makes this hotel a #1 for me. I will definitely be back! I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked wonderful! The beds were really comfortable!

Tried going there based on all the good reviews. Unfortunately, for us it was not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom sink and on the toilet seat. Grab bar also hair. Then I looked at the shower head and it had mold on it. I was so grossed out, we just had to checkout. Very disappointing.

I stay at this Best Western EVERY time I go to Hot Springs. It is centrally located, friendly, clean and has the very best breakfast of any hotel. And it is consistant. For motorcycle riders at rallys they always have a bike wash.

So, being a small place compared to places i usually stay i was not expecting much,,,BUT this place is clean friendly and hospitable. And we were there during the annual bikers convention so it was full. Yet and still, it was well attended to the pool was nice and clean rooms were as well. also rooms had both fridge and microwave so we could bring home our takeout food. If the rooms were clean when it was crowded im sure they dont buckle under pressure and they keep it clean...Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, especially the efficiency & smiles from Alisa, who single-handed-ly fed the crowd! Nice pool. Super comfortable bed, didn't want to leave! Really clean & the best tv in our travels so far. (9 hotels) we will be back! Love the area.

From the Front Desk to Breakfast Service to Maintenance..... Everyone provides exceptional guest service.... The entire property is exceptionally clean and the amenities go above and beyond any I have experience at other hotel properties. Nice pool, picnic tables, charcoal grill, dog park, some rooms have a patio with 2 chairs to enjoy the weather. Even a "Hog Wash" for your car or RV. Hot Breakfast served by Donna and her team was great despite "Covid" restrictions. The location is directly across from Oaklawn the race track and casino. I am making my reservation in August to return in December for the horse races because I know they will be sold out soon.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure. We will stay at this location again.

Can't say enough good about all the employees that I've came in contact with. From front desk to breakfast gals. Very friendly & accommodating! Really makes a person feel valued & appreciated for staying there. Pool is immaculate, better than any I've seen. Grounds look great. Rate is very good. Only drawback is 120 room to close to road, hear lots of traffic. But that's not their fault. Definitely would stay here again...

Check-in fast & efficient. Room basic but nice & clean. Unloading & loading car very easy with being able to park right by the door. Breakfast was BEYOND! Sooo many choices. Lady served your plate of whatever you wanted. The breakfast area is in a separate building and was busy busy busy. Another lady was cleaning tables. These two gals were hopping! Location is close & convenient to the "tourist" areas & hot springs.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding! The hotel is very conveniently located and the room was clean. The hotel has many amenities for a budget hotel. The pool was clean and the dog park was very convenient. They have a fitness center but we could not get in with our room key. The ladies at the breakfast bar were so sweet plus they served the best waffles we've ever had. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for everything we did in Hot Springs. Extremely comfortable beds! Shower was powerful! Fridge and Microwave to boot. All the things you look for in a great hotel stay. Breakfast was awesome, great variety, wonderful service and saved us a bundle not having to leave the hotel for breakfast. Tip those ladies well, they are worth it!! Pool was awesome too. Definitely would recommend the Best Western Winners Circle and would stay again when in Hot Springs.

The hotel was clean and the location was easy to find. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and the hotel layout map was helpful. Like every place we travelled to, they were short handed but they worked as efficiently as possible given the circumstances. The HOT BREAKFAST WAS THE VERY BEST we had during a 2 week vacation. The women who worked the breakfast area, Alisa and Julie, were very personable, friendly and knew what they were doing!

I thought it was cool that we had the same room as our previous stay. Staff was nice a curious. Pool was full but still enjoyable. Best western is the perfect place to stay for that end of town location is key to any good trip.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was the best I have experienced in a hotel in quite some time. The bed was a pillowtop and quite comfy. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the historic district. Even though it is on a major street and my room was at the front, I did not hear traffic noise at all. The breakfast experience was awesome. A staff member served a full not breakfast, with choices of scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and bacon. There was juice, milk, and yogurt available. The dining room was clean, and there were plenty of tables. And the hours are 6-10AM, which allowed me to sleep in. The food was replenished frequently. Every staff member I talked to was friendly, helpful, and courteous. I felt like a valued guest, it just a number. Note to future guests: keep your key card away from all electronic devices, including your car key fob. I had to get mine rekeyed several times because I did not do this.

The staff was excellent! All were extremely nice and willing to help you. We had a problem with our room we initially had. It wasn't clean and they promptly got us another room! The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it! Walking distance to downtown!

Couple issues this stay. Fixed before checkout the next morning. Holiday weekend. Given a box fan for night, loud, fan motor on A/C out. Given $45 discount. This also most we ever paid for King room. $295.

Room was small. Bed was so high you could not set on the edge, you had to jump to set on the bed. Carpet was very dirty, had not been vacuumed in a while. Breakfast bar was excellent. Hot food and the people who run it are friendly and helpfull.

Clean and welcoming. This hotel has a convenient location to the race track and is just under two miles from the city center. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and good space. A table with two chairs, nice bathroom area and good space to open the luggage and get settled. The breakfast area has tons of windows and a good number of tables. During Covid most breakfast items are not self-serve but the staff is readily available to help. The pool area is clean and inviting. Rooms are very well insulated and outside noise is not bothersome. I can't forget to point out that the bed was very comfortable and WiFi worked great.

Gorgeous outdoor pool, clean rooms, delicious home cooked hot breakfast from Donna and Julie. Those gals made our trip feel like we had been at our grandma's house visiting family. We will be back. The location is perfect. Also, Best Western, please please bring homemade cinnamon rolls back!!!!

We had a great stay at BW Winners Circle, last week for our Hot Springs hiking and sightseeing. This place is truly a winner. The parking lot gets crowded over the weekends and parking could be a challenge late evenings. That said the property location is great on the Central Avenue, close to downtown and other activities around. Drive to Lake Ouachita, Lake Catherine, Garvan gardens, from this location is 20 mins max. Special thanks to Donna and Alisa for fixing us with our morning breakfast everyday and making it a great start to our day, bright and early at 6am. I had read great reviews about this location and was not sure if they were accurate, till we experienced it ourselves, firsthand. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!

The rooms may have been sub-par, and the location did not feel that , as the area felt very sketchy, but the waitresses Alisa, Donna, and Julie made the stay worthwhile. In summary, the service was great, but the hotel wasn't.

My family and friends who stayed at the hotel are very satisfied with the service provided throughout our 3 night stay at breakfast. Donna, Alisa, and Julie served us and we're very helpful and kind. Breakfast service by these ladies was outstanding!

We were here last year after evacuating from a hurricane and the staff at this hotel were nothing short of amazing. The warm welcome from Donna, Alisa and Julie every morning for breakfast was truly impressive.

Husband and I ate breakfast several times. The buffet had scrambled eggs, biscuits n gravy, bacon, waffles. I would like to give a shout out to Alisa, Julie and Rachel. They kept the food hot, serviced the tables. All 3 were very polite and helpful. Every question was politely and quickly answered. Thank you ladies.

I normally dont stay at a Best Western, this trip changed my mind. The staff was very knowledgeable and had all the answers. The place was clean, breakafast was one of the best i had. This place was way better than the hilton I stayed in a few weeks back. I attended the Hotspring Spyder Rally. The entire staff deserve a raise!

We just stayed at this hotel for a Spyder Rally. These people are amazing. They are very nice and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Alisa and Julie provided a hot/wonderful breakfast every morning- with a smile. They even came in early on Sunday so everyone could eat before heading home. Thank you to the entire staff!! We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 night here and stayed 2 nights at the Arlington. Would choose this Best western winner's circle over a fancy hotel any day. Perfectly clean room and great beds! The ladies in the office seem to love their job and make you feel like they have known you forever. Jerry was ALWAYS working hard. He has real pride in his work and always had a smile. Have never seen a maintenance man at hotel/motel have such customer service. Breakfast- the best hot breakfast! Alisa, Julie and Rachel treated everyone like they were guest in their home. Have you ever had anyone at any free hotel breakfast come and clear your plate and offer to get you anything!!!?? this motel is very clean and well maintained, we had been on the road traveling for 2 weeks and this was the nicest hotel we stayed at. The breakfast was top notch and all the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice: spacious room, clean and quiet. Come for the breakfast! Donna was amazing! Food was delicious! And Donna was so gracious. Hotel is convenient to the Racetrack as well as Hot Springs National Park.

The stay here I rate a 4 out of 5 because the location and outside traffic noise was terrible, otherwise nice people, clean room, and breakfast was great! It's a ways from the attractions. The casino is across the street.

This hotel did provide the reservation made, non-smoking accommodations, nor offer any solutions, nor discount. I do not recommend them. IF you do I would make sure you verify your accommodations at least twice and if you do request non-smoking that they have checked and provided written documentation as to such.

We have been on the road for 18 days traveling through the Midwest. This hotel meets our criteria. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and a good price. If you are looking for a place for an overnight refresh or in town for the Races, stay here. Office staff were friendly

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean - swimming pool, although cold, was clean and the grandchildren really enjoyed it. Breakfast was absolutely great - from the fresh cooked waffles to the biscuits and gravy and bacon. YUM! Site very secured and safe - I would recommend this hotel to all.

Night clerk was very kind and efficient. He had me all checked in and ready to go to my room when I arrived at 3am. The breakfast is WONDERFUL! The ladies: Donna, Julie, and Alisa are so friendly and work hard to keep everything fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

Wasn't planning on staying in Hot Springs but after long day on the road seemed like a good spot to stop. First of all the night clerk Robert was VERY kind and efficient getting us into a room. He highly recommended the breakfast saying "if you miss anything don't miss the breakfast here" Breakfast is served from 6am -10am The first thing you will notice is the big room it is held in. Plenty of tables in the room and even picnic tables outside. Then you notice the women working. They are all smiling and asking you how they can serve. you. We were promptly served with our request. Waffle, eggs, gravy, biscuits, bacon, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice coffee, hot tea, cocoa If you couldn't find anything you liked then you just didn't need to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, affordable and you felt safe. We will certainly plan on staying here again when we are on our travels that direction. We had a good 2 night stay at this comfy and clean property. Asked a question about the National Park and check in clerk was not polite or friendly and answered curtly! First night was noisy with motorcycle groups, second night was quiet and nice. Many not wearing masks and did not try breakfast as it was sit down only...

Doesn't rent rooms to locals so that is nice. Left days inn and came here our last night in town. One reason being the locals living in days inn, best western took care of us, rooms clean, quiet and air quality was great. Staff was caring as well,

The employees at this hotel are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good with scrambled eggs, bacon, real potatoes,biscuits and gravy. The ladies serving the breakfast cheerfully welcome everyone who arrives. I had reserved 2 rooms at the hotel. They both had a very strong odor consisting of old smoke and mildew. I had requested non smoking rooms but it was obvious that at one time these rooms were used as smoking rooms. I would not return to this hotel.

Donna, Alisa and Julie in the breakfast area are exceptional! They enjoy their job and take great pride in serving everyone who comes in for breakfast with a smile on their face. They really make it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

The folks at the Best Western Winners Circle were si friendly and courteous that I felt it needed a mention. We showed up early in the pouring rain and they got our room ready right away. Donna & Julie were outstanding in the breakfast room, so polite and really went the extra mile!

We will stay there the next time we are in Hot Springs, AR. We were one of two couples, each couple occupying a room of their own. Our stay was mid-week, which probably contributed to the quietness. Due to covid and my not advising a staff member we would be gone for the day, our room was not cleaned after our first night stay. Upon returning that evening, I call the front desk, whereas I was advised due to covid, rooms are not cleaned for stay-over guests and will not clean occupied rooms due to covid. If I had advised them we would be gone for the day, the room would have been cleaned..so a word to the wise during covid pandemic. Housekeeping very promptly brought a trash bag with fresh towels, coffee packets +, fresh soap, shampoo and conditioner handed me through the door with an explanation and apology for the room not being cleaned during the day....no problem...now I know. The hot breakfast meal was adequate. The dining help of Alisa and Julie was fantastic! The employees made staying here a most pleasant experience.

Hotel is located right across the street from the casino and walking distance to restaurants. Staff was great. Very nice and genuinely helpful for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay there again.

My Mom and sisters recently stayed 2 night at this establishment and it was everything I hoped it would be. My husband and I stayed here one night back in November and were pleasantly surprised at the service, furnishings and price when we stayed so I decided to book my sisters and Mom there with me for a short Hot Springs get away trip. It was just as nice! We were given exactly the rooms I needed...downstairs, 2 double beds, and ajoining. It was perfect. We will definitely book here again when we visit next time!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for two nights. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The shower has good hot water pressure. The hot breakfast was very good. Alisa who runs the breakfast area really made me feel at home. She was cool. The grounds are well kept. They have a outdoor pool and workout room. There are food options within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Western Winners Circle was recommended to us by a family member who visits Hot Springs on a regular basis.... and he was right! Best Value, Best Staff, Best Location, Best Experience! We cannot wait to return and would not consider staying anywhere else.

Odor in rooms, sheets were disgustingly dirty, blood spots on the bed sheets, the outside of the place looks like a place that would hold a brothel. The floor in rooms dont take your shoes off is my advice.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast bar! Breakfast included hot foods such as eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, waffles, grits, fruit, & cereal. It's walking distance to Oaklawn horse racetrack. You don't have to pay for parking at Oaklawn since you're at this hotel! Walking distance to a few places to eat & shop when you get finished at Oaklawn.

We came with 2 other couples traveling through Arkansas for spring break. We stayed here two nights. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is great! They had a full hot breakfast served by staff. We were happy it wasn't a “grab and go” like so many hotel/motels currently are. The staff from front desk, to housekeeping to breakfast were outstanding. This is hands down the most genuinely friendly stay we've had. Everyone was truly friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast ladies both days (different on both days) were the best. It was the birthday of one of the ladies in our party so of course we had to embarrass her at breakfast and sing Happy Birthday. The staff joined in too! A few minutes later they came out with a small cake with a birthday candle and they sang again. We didn't ask for the cake. They just did this. Such a kind gesture and our family member was so pleased. This motel is focused on customer service. If we ever visit the area again, we will definitely stay here! (The staff was masked the entire time. We ASKED that they remove the masks only for the photo. When the photo was taken, the masks went back on).

From the phone call to ask about parking a dodge 1 ton truck to the friendly and accommodating staff the easy access to the entrance to race track infield and pet friendly facility well deserved 5 rating !!! I arrived and was welcomed by the security team with professional down to earth staff Comp breakfast was wonderful and staff were so nice. Southern hospitality. Donna and Julie thank you. Phillip and the other nice security person who were there on my arrival. I highly recommend. Even after the new facility at the track I will stay here period. Thanks for a great stay. We attended the horse races in Hot Springs and feel very fortunate that we were able to stay at the Best Western Hotel on Center Street. The location was perfect, the grounds were well maintained and included a nice swimming pool and and area of picnic tables A fitness center was available and each morning we had a good hot breakfast. No extra fees for parking or breakfast!. There was plenty of parking at each building and an additional lot at the rear of the complex. We were across the street from the race track and casino, which was super convenient. We have already made reservations there for the 2021 Racing Season.

We really enjoyed are stay here. We came for the races and evening was in walking distance which helped and we didn't need to even rent a car. The races were fun and our stay was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

friendly staff and cheap stay, BUT, the rooms are old/outdated, the parking lot and traffic was metal barred fence around parking lot-scary, gross free breakfast. I do not recommend this motel. Location was probably the best part-right across the street from race track but that doesn't change the fact that it is in a sketchy rundown area.

Hotel was clean, our room was large and private. The staff was friendly and professional all pretty standard. The breakfast was epic though. Heavenly biscuits and gravy. Mountains of crispy bacon. Hash browns and scrambled eggs. The orange juice is real not machine dispenser Tang. It was so nice to find a hotel that isn't using COVD as an excuse to lower their service.

The amenities are great, the rooms are nice and clean. The parking lot is well it, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was exceptional, id like to thank the breakfast ladies Alisa, Donna, and Julie, their food was delicious and hot, and they were so nice, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks me.

My husband and I spent one night at this motel to visit the Oaklawn Casino. The room was clean and nice. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The breakfast bar was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!

I feel the breakfast service was outstanding. The front desk very nice. We never saw the housekeeper although with COVID restrictions we understand. Very nice to be so close to Oaklawn track. Price a bit high for the standard of the hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Winners circle for one night and the place was very clean. In the morning they had the best breakfast and best service which you don't typically find at a hotel. That is where we met Donna, a very sweet and kind lady. She said that they made their biscuits and gravy right there and it was really good. She also gave us a few places to go while we are touring the hot springs national park.

This hotel has the best breakfast ever and Donna is the best! It was delicious food and she was extremely nice and helpful in letting us know what was around the area to see. Came for the hot springs park and stayed for the amazing breakfast!

Comfortable bed & pillows. Great job clearing the ice & snow from walkways & lot. Large mini frige. My only complaint was after unloading car, and settling in, i found a pair of panties from previous customer behind bathroom door.

My mom's 87th was February 1st and that morning when we ate breakfast they brought her out a DELICIOUS cake with a candle and sang “Happy Birthday!” It was a wonderful gesture that my mom will NEVER forget!!! Thank you so much for making our stay so delightful!

My wife and I have been to a lot of hotels, but the breakfast at the Best Western Winner's Circle in Hot Springs was easily the best. Donna and Julie made us feel like we were walking into our kitchen at home! They made our eggs fresh and prepared to-go dishes of delicious sausage gravy and biscuits and bacon as well. They even had fresh baked raspberry pastries - what a difference from the prepackaged stuff you usually get. The dining area was Covid-aware too, with staff gloved and wearing face masks. Left the hotel on a full stomach for a day of hiking at nearby Hot Springs National Park. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a moms trip and stayed here. We had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel. We really enjoyed the sweet ladies that served us our hot breakfast. Alisa & Julie were wonderful!!! They fixed our plates and also had great conversation with them. The ladies that we checked in and out with were wonderful as well! This hotel is clean and the service excellent! This hotel is close to Oaklawn in Hot Springs and its convenient for waking over for a day of horse racing. The staff hear is very helpful. The breakfast is very good.

Best Western Winners Circle always has clean rooms and at a great value. TVs could be a bit bigger but not a big deal really. The super friendly and professional staff is always willing to help with any of our needs.

Unplanned overnight stop to check out the nation's oldest reserve (hot springs park). Interesting town but needed a place to stay. Did the online shopping thing and took best rate we could find. BOOM. What a nice place - staff very friendly and seemed genuinely thankful for our business. Room very clean, apparently recently remodeled. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was awesome. BONUS: Also very COVID conscious and safe. Politely asked me to pull up my mask when I got complacent.

This is a super clean motel to stay while visiting Hot Springs Arkansas and it is in the center of town across from the Oaklawn Racetrack/Casino so you can't go wrong plus it is a great price! AAA++++

Stayed here Dec 26,2020 for a night on the way to visit our son. Older hotel but our room was clean and smelled fresh. Had good, hot breakfast. Stayed again there 01/01/21 for a night on our way home and totally different experience. Room had wet floor by bed, hair in bathtub and strong chemical smell in bathroom. Floor was dirty in bathroom as well. First time we were by lobby on ground floor, second time ground floor but last building on their property. Motorcycle and loud cars all night until 3:00-4:00 a.m. would not stay again unless assured we would be by lobby.

The staff was so nice to welcome each customer. The most fantastic is that the hotel provided hot breakfast, which is much more impressive and touching than the cold breakfast offered by other hotels. In particular, it was a great gift during holidays with cold weather!

We loved that the hotel was walking distance to the casino. It was also less than 10 minutes driving from downtown. Hot breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel! We'll definitely be staying here again!!

The bed was very comfortable, easy to get into, breakfast was great with very friendly service! If you make it for the hot breakfast ask Alisa for her delicious biscuits and gravy! She is loaded with good information about the town too! I hope you enjoy your stay.

This was a great place to stay on our road trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Alisa in the breakfast room will spoil you with a delicious hot breakfast and give you some great tips for your trip!!

We were in room 143 I am not sure what's going on around that part of the room we found out that it backs up to a downstairs dog park and laundry room and vending area and there was some thing knocking or beating up against the wall several times while we were there and somebody running up and down the balcony on the second floor late at night was a little much but the employees were really kind the breakfast was really great so next time we will just request a quieter area. This is a great value for a budget trip to hot springs!

Smelled real bad ... Like a mildew order in the room .. No bottle water in the room .... Look like the room wasn't ready for any guest to rent it for the weekend ... The cable wasn't working had to fix that problem myself ..

The room was very good and the staff in the office were great. We left my wife's CPAP machine, a very expensive piece of medical equipment, in the room by mistake. An employee named Cleta called before we got home to tell me they had found it and would send it to us. They did and it arrived in just a few days, saving us a lot of money. Others may have done it, but they appeared to be happy to do it. We have stayed there several times, and they have always been friendly and helpful. The ladies that ran the breakfast area did an excellent job of taking care of a large number of people with very good food. With all the new rules, they have to do more work than in the past, and they did it well. Names I remember are Alisa, Donna and Julie.

My husband and I were traveling home from Nashville and decided to sleep over in Hot Springs on our way through. I wish we'd had extra time to stay! This BW is an older facility but highly maintained! It was very clean and the staff was excellent! Such great service - especially the ladies working the hot breakfast. They made you feel at home and got anything you needed. - I have to mention it was a hot breakfast - biscuits, eggs, bacon, gravy, potatos - very good! We loved the outdoor space too. The pool was crystal clean but it wasn't swim season so no dipping in the pool (November) but they had outdoor picnic tables set up and nice lighting. We were super pleased with this place and the price was right! Definitely a gem of a place - and right across from the Oaklawn racetrack and gaming facility. Like I said, I wish we could have stayed longer - they made our one night stay great!

Hotel was great, but even better was the service we got from the three breakfast attendants, Alisa, Donna, and Julie! They went out of their way to help our group of six bikers out! Running food items back and forth from our table along with the condiments and extra napkins. They just seem to notice what we needed, when we needed it! These three were so courteous in this Covid time, making the best of this trying situation! They should be given atta-boys or better yet, a nice little bonus of some sort! The front desk crew was also very nice and helpful, even handing out little towels to wipe the morning dew off our motorcycles (that was a nice touch). Highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and stayed here for the night . 10/27/20 . Only to wake up to Alisa and Julie at the Breakfast Bar .. such happy and helpful ladies .. Just topped off the stay with such kindness at Breakfast.

After a negative experience at this hotel a year ago, I decided to try one more time. So glad I did. Check in/out was very easy, office staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean ,appealing in decor and nice size. Our housekeeping lady TIFFY, was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed our brief encounters with her very much, polite, and willingness to help guests and knowledge of hotel and surrounding areas.

Great breakfast and the food and the staff ladies in the dining area were awesome. Disliked · We were over charged and given the wrong room. Paper thin walls you could hear the noisy neighbors. The TV didn't work the staff lady thought I should be able to fix it. They had to move the refrigerator to access the cable box to reset and found a disconnected wire. I'm not too good with electronics but this was definitely out of my skill set. Other than that our stay was pretty good.

Close to everything, short drive to downtown. Very clean throughout, grounds, rooms, and amenities. Could not ask for better service. Always friendly, priced right. Hot “free” breakfast. Beds are quite comfortable.

The room was very clean except there was some food debris and what looked like dried heel skin on the floor by the bed. The front desk was quick to answer our calls and provided us with a travel sewing kit when I needed to sew a hole in my blouse. The breakfast was awesome and definitely worth mentioned.

Comfortable soft bed, ankle deep water after a shower, very friendly staff, aging MOTEL but clean for the most part. Noisy motel right off a busy street. In the room you hear every car noisy, person talking outside your room and door slam, even when you ask for a quiet room. We had a group of 4 young people talking outside the room and hanging out, we didn't feel safe to enter the room from the driveway at night. Asked for a different quiet room and nothing was available other than upstairs, we didn't want to haul luggage up the stairs so we stayed in the room. It wasn't the quiet room that we reserved. Notable friendly staff. Nice separate building with a good hot breakfast that was served during Covid. There was a good variety of items at breakfast including bananas. Helpful and friendly breakfast ladies wore masks and gave tips on where to visit.

Our room was ready (although we were running early again) and the toilet was well-bolted to the floor (it was loose in a previous hotel). The toilet roll holder, though, was loose. Either some child stood on it to look out the window (pointless, as it's frosted glass) or someone used it to get up or down off the toilet. But these rooms are nice (the ones right across from the lobby), roomy and attractively decorated. Although full breakfast was back on, the famous cinnamon rolls weren't. Why? How are they different from eggs and bacon which are dished up by friendly servers? Bob said the pre-packaged pastry was actually tasty. My only quibble, and this goes to most places in the US, is that no one understands tea. There was none in the room or at the desk (although they did let me into the breakfast room to get some). And hot water goes directly on black tea - I had to be quick to get a bag in before the lid went on my cup of hot water. Really needed that hot tea because it got unusually chilly, perhaps due to the hurricane. Always happy to stay here.

Stayed here 4 nights while vacationing. The room was quite large with 2 queen beds & lots of room to move about. The bed was comfortable. With the virus, you have to get extra towels from the front desk, but that wasn't a problem. The breakfast was the best I've had since traveling during the virus outbreak. Served cafeteria style. Food was tasty, service was great. The staff here is super friendly & helpful. Only downside was that there was what appeared to be dirty water in the coffee maker. I always travel with my own coffee maker so I didn't need to use it. Also, a VERY busy street with lots of traffic noise. I can't even imagine how busy this place must be during the horse racing season with the large casino & horse racing facility right across the street. However, the location is good, easy access to Bathhouse Row, the National Park & other sights. Grocery store right down the street for essentials & a Sonic practically in walking distance for ice cream snacks!!!! Definitely would stay here again if I am in Hot Springs.

Stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights while visiting the Hot Springs area. Location was central to everything we visited. Budget friendly hotel. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and quiet. Safe Covid measures taken. Alisa and Julie were so friendly and helpful as they served the daily hot breakfast.

In a time where safety is a concern, it is hard to expect some amenities to still be available...Breakfast being one of them. I was assured when I checked in that a hot breakfast would be served and coffee was available in the room. When I got up I got to enjoy a cup of coffee on my patio. When it came time for breakfast we went to the breakfast bar. We were greeted by Alisa, she explained how "new" way of serving a hot breakfast would work. We told Julie what we wanted and she served it up. My husband said it was the best hotel breakfast he has had, and he was right! Not only did Alisa and Julie serve great food, they were fun to talk to. They also, after finding out this was our first time in Hot Springs, told us some sights we needed to visit and places to eat.

This hotel room was very clean. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. It was really convenient to be able to walk to the casino. The casino is only about 3 blocks away. Will certainly book here again.

The stars on this location are very misleading. It is an old motel in need of some renovations. You can see light through the door. The non smoking room reeked heavily of smoke, so much so that we told the front desk so we wouldn't be charged for it. The breakfast was great and the staff was extremely nice. I would not stay here again though.

Great staff, spotless rooms! With all the COVID-19 stuff going on we have had to change our reservations and staff was very helpful. Upon arrival housekeeping greeted us at our suite and made sure we had extra supplies. The breakfast staff made sure we were not left hungry and it's the BEST hotel breakfast we have had. Front desk and maintenance were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend you stay here

What a gem. This old Motel is right across the street from Oaklawn Race Track. We walked to the Casino yesterday and it was not far to go. It has been upgraded and everything is modern. HVAC works great and is digital so it is easy to set. Flat screen has Direct TV. Wifi works great and it is fast. Bathroom is clean and my fiancée likes the layout of the sink area better than any hotel we have ever staid in. Breakfast, considering the CoVid Pandemic was hot and fresh and good as any. Now let me say something that really puts this place over the top. We have not met an unfriendly, unhelpful person that works here yet. They all make you feel like they are happy to see you and glad you are here. I say here because I still am. I would recommend this place to anyone that listens to me. It is not the Hilton in luxury. It is just a great, clean, old fashioned style Motel, that you wish there were lots of. Best bang for the buck and that is not exaggerating. Thank you to the crew and the Owner.

This hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. On the balance, because of the price, this was a great stay. It's a motel. Don't be confused by the very high reviews - it's still a motel. The campus is open to the public and it is busy. There's a constant stream of vehicles and people in and out, they're smoking outside of their rooms, and it's noisy. Seriously, I don't know what the deal is with motorcycles in Hot Springs, but they are everywhere. Motorcyclists always believe that the rest of the public is entitled to their noise pollution. Evenings especially, it seemed like every 15 minutes someone was firing up a noisy Harley. Fortunately they stopped before we went to sleep. I wish the motel would require all motorcyclists to stay at the back of the property so they wouldn't be ten feet from your front door. The room is fairly comfortable. The room has sufficient space for a small table and two chairs and the king bed. The sink is adjoining the main room, while the toilet and shower are in a separate room. The toilet and shower room would only be considered spacious on a cruise ship. There is a nice-sized fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, a safe, and a good-sized TV. Sadly, there was something wrong with the speakers on our TV (we reported to maintenance). Bed is firm-ish but just fine. Pillows are the usual too-flat-and-lumpy things. The room has very little ventilation other than the window unit, which seemed unable to pull moisture out of the air. Our towels and swimsuits never dried, and even with the shower in a different room, a normal shower with the door open left the mirror fogged up. We used both cool and heat during our stay and neither dried the air. The pool is nice but chilly. It's extremely deep - 9ft at one end! No shade available. The staff is working very hard. We had an issue with a brush with COVID and the staff allowed us to reschedule a nonrefundable reservation. While most hotels have discontinued breakfast service in favor of crappy muffins and granola bars, they are serving a full breakfast, just served by the staff instead of self-serve. There are a couple of off-balance picnic tables outside, but nearly everyone ate inside at tables that were decently-spaced. Front desk staff was working smoothly, and we interacted with a few housekeepers though they never entered our room and all were friendly and accommodating. We replaced a few towels just because we wanted dry ones. Location is outstanding - near the center of the city, so it's an easy drive to downtown, the National Park, or to attractions like Lakes Hamilton or Catherine. Traffic near downtown is atrocious because the city is laid out like a toddler's train set, and this motel keeps you out of the thick of it.

Very nice motel. Very clean rooms and great pool. I think that the motel has been completely renovated recently. Great hot breakfast included. The bed was heavenly. Directly across the street from Oaklawn. Lots of fun nearby.

We make a trip to Hot Springs every year and we have never been anywhere with better service! We have not found a better breakfast anywhere! Thank you so much Alisa, Donna, and Julie! We LOVED it! Y'all are the best!

We stayed at this property for one night based on good reviews. Upon entering our room had a strong foul odor of unknown origin The room did not contain enough soap or an ice bucket. We asked housekeeping for an ice bucket which they promised to deliver to our room but never did. The biggest issue was finding a roach crawling in the shower. We would have checked out then but did not think we could find a room at a reasonable rate for a holiday weekend. We really wanted to relax and enjoy our last night of the holiday weekend, but the deficiency of the room put a damper on that.

The room was great. Very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Just the perfect amount of softness to firmness. The shower head was great as well. They had plenty of room to place your stuff. The walls are good thickness. I never heard my neighbors on both sides. The breakfast was amazing. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon , fried potatoes, waffles, cereal, pastry, apple juice, orange juice, milk, and coffee are available. The staff treats you just like family. I have not a single complaint. I enjoyed my stay so much.

We enjoyed our stay at best western winners circle. Clean rooms great location but best of all was the breakfast bar that was offered with our room. Great food and employees were helpful and things to see during my trip to Hot Springs

My stay at this motel was one of the best experiences I've had regarding any motel/hotel . The check in staff were friendly, courteous, efficient and very professional. My was room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were outstanding. Those ladies working the breakfast were incredible. I am definitely coming back!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here a few nights ago and Leslie made our whole experience! We had some booking issues and she had so much patience and was nothing but kind! Will be here again because of her! Please give this woman a raise or a promotion, shes very hard working and diligent and deserves to be recognized for being so amazing!

Staying here reminded me that staying at a property under a good brand like Best Western only offers the PROMISE of a great experience; that promise frequently proves hollow. Not here. Everything was perfect, from the extraordinary greeting from the impeccably trained desk clerk, the special price she offered without me asking for it; the room that was exactly where I wanted to be, near an overflow parking area that was perfect for my car / RV rig; and a comfortable room was rock-solid WIFI signal. The hot breakfast really was hot -- and personally served by extremely kind staff. Looking around, you could tell, this was actually an older property that was meticulously maintained. You could tell, whoever owns this joint, they want to make absolutely sure visitors are treated like actual guests -- and not just saying it. That's sadly very rare. Here, I really enjoyed my visit. That also is rare.

Highly recommend this location excellent stay. Motorcycle friendly even have a spot to wash your bike. the check-in was fast and easy the clerk was kind to make sure we all had rooms with our bikes out front.

I booked this hotel to go on the cheap for a business trip. I was so pleased with every aspect. The new beds were amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, Alisa and Donna we so accommodating and polite. In fact, everyone we came in contact with seemed to perform their job with kindness and a great attitude.

Don't turn away when you see this little gem on Central Ave! It may be an older property to the blind eye, but as the saying goes, “don't judge a book by its cover.” Located close to many attractions, with clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool, a tasty free hot breakfast, onsite security, and a wonderful staff! From the outside the hotel doesnt look that wonderful. I even thought I made a bad choice as we were pulling up but that is where the negativity ended. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The pool was clean. We even received a HOT breakfast when other hotels were only offering a grab and go breakfast. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Also the location to downtown was perfect.

They pretty much said “oh well” when we were over charged. (I was eventually credited) My brother is still fighting since he reserved my room with his card. Even though I paid with my card, and they had no problem getting their money, they still are making my brothers life hell and tying up his time trying to get his card refunded.

I was skeptical that this hotel could be the #1 traveler ranked on Trip Advisor, when you think there are multiple Hilton brand hotels in the area. Stay here and you will know why. The positive reviews are accurate. Save your self money and frustration and give this a try. The beds, shower pressure, wifi, pool, breakfast and staff were spot on it may not have all the glitz of Double Tree but we could not find anything that would keep us from staying here next time. Great Job!!!!!!!!

The entire staff is really nice and our room is quiet and clean. The location is convenient. They are pet friendly and they have a fenced in dog area that is well maintained. It's close to the old part of town but still in a newer area. Kim at the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful. Everyone has been wonderful.

The rooms were very clean and im pretty picky. Beds were comfortable. The full breakfast was absolutely the best i have had while staying at any hotel. These ladies know how to cook. Also picked up our plates from our table after we were done. Very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast ladies were amazing. Alisa, Sam & Donna were caring, attentive and very enjoyable to be around. These ladies were a great start to every morning for the 6 days were stayed at Best Western.

Facility is directly across from race track. Overall things were okay although the room (carpet & bath had cleaning persons hair) should have been cleaner. Breakfast was a treat, though limited due to covid the staff was great.

The girls at the front desk were WONDERFUL! And so was the maintenance guys/crew and housekeepers! Very nice, helpful, went above and beyond what I have experienced during stays at hotels in other locations. This Best Western has the cleanest grounds of anything I have seen before. The maintenance guys were picking up even the smallest of trash, weeds, etc. Keeping the whole area pristine! The housekeepers/maids also went out of their way for anything we may have needed. I was a little nervous about booking in this area seeing as some or most of the hotels/motels on the strip are kinda pay by the hour looking places, if you know what I am saying. However, after reading the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I was glad I made that decision. Check in was rather easy and very quick. They have safety precautions in place due to Covid, which is great. I got room 127 on the top floor across from the office. It was a nice room. The pillows are soft, three per bed. The bed is not too hard and a little soft. TV channels are not that good, but I was able to find something to look at. The next morning, my son went for breakfast and he ended it. They have many things to choose from and it's a hot breakfast, which is great because I haven't went to a hotel lately that has that because of the virus. They have a nice outdoor pool. I didn't get to use the fitness center because I made it in too late. Now it isn't the Ritz and this night I wasn't looking for that, just a quick, clean place to stay. All in all, this is a nice place to stay and the rate is reasonable.

Please keep in mind - I am a bit of a Hotel Snob... Generally, I never stay in a "Motel" Scenario, however, this time was a last minute "quick" trip, with our 2 Yr Old Labradoodle... When reading the reviews I was confident that the hotel would be nice, in an area that I was comfortable staying, and would be helpful with the dog! When we arrived at the hotel, and noticing the seediness of the area in the daylight hours, I was concerned, but told myself it would be OK. Upon checking in, whereas I had requested "Pet Friendly" via the Internet Booking... Nothing was ever mentioned until such time as the Desk Clerk mentioned something about the "cute" dog outside! Oh - that is my dog - she proceeded to tell me that she needed to charge me a fee for the dog - even though that was never mentioned on the webiste, and... they "generally" have a a 30 lb weight limit. In this case, she was kind enough to accept our dog with the $30 deposit. I have no problem with that - but, if you are going to weight limit and charge, make sure to mention that on the website - not leave it as a possible turnaway at checkin! Happily, I paid the $30, was told of breakfast, and where my room way - "hope there is parking as we are full"? OK - not a problem there, we did find parking. Upon entering the room, still telling myself "it will be ok", decided that we would just make the best of it. Now, it did appear that there was newer carpet, ac was cold - loud, TV fine - however, no channel guide, room key card worked fine... We opted to go out for a walk and to find dinner with the dog, which we did downtown. All is well. When we returned, the obvious "capacity" of the hotel was evident. Not much room for parking, noise level with cars coming and going loud, people in the parking lot, etc. It's OK I said! My dog kept finding things on the floor to chew on - obviously trash from a previous guest, bottled water cap, a plastic cover from a disposable razer.... sink will not drain. Crumbs from what I assume trash on the bathroom floor - with bugs, flies evident. I closed the door to the bathroom, and left it at that. In the morning, I noticed that the shower did not drain - I could not bring myself to use the shower at that point. We packed up, left the room, and went to checkout. My husband in his aggravation asked about the "$30 Pet Deposit" - oh no, that is not returned to you... Please... my dog was better behaved that most of the guest at this hotel.

We simply loved this hotel. from the check in with Kim, to the convenience of the location it was just a great experience. Kim was wonderful, efficient and thoughtful and gave great advice! The room was well appointed and VERY CLEAN. The whole property, while being older was very well maintained and well appointed. Other Best Westerns could learn from this hotel and re-open their kitchens. They took orders from customers (everyone masked) and put the food together in a "to-go" container and you took a hot fresh breakfast back to the security of your room or wherever! It was great, hot and fresh! Thank you so much for making our stay in Hot Springs a memorable fun experience!

Staff is always friendly and cordial, rooms are updated and very clean. The location is central and convenient to Casino/Racetrack and plenty of restaurants (we visited The Purple Cow Restaurant and it was awesome!). This is the place to stay when you visit Hot Springs.

Not only was the room exceptionally clean, it was also quite large with a specific dressing area and a nice bath. Everything was extremely clean, decorated nicely and the beds were very comfortable but what I liked more than anything was the way the employees make you feel right at home. You can't find a better staff anywhere and I believe they're the reason this place consistently gets superb reviews.

I didn't know what to expect at first. All I knew was me going off everyone else reviews. I will say you will always come across a negative review or someone not being satisfied with their stay. I saw plenty of positive reviews and gave this place a try and I'm not from Arkansas so I didn't know what to expect, but I'm glad I chose this place. I have nothing negative to say at all! The whole staff did a great job from greeting me at check in, stopping by the room to see if I needed anything else, breakfast, and check out. I hate I didn't snap any pictures but the family was tired. I will stay here again next time I visit

So clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. It felt like a safe area. Comfortable beds. The carpet was clean and the room smelled nice. The pool, laundry and breakfast were all OPEN!!! Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Sam and Alisa, the "breakfast ladies" are the BEST!! Everyone who walks through the door gets a cheery "good Mornin" The mornings fare is shared and they are eager to please. They were not so busy this morning and both took time to share some Hot Springs history with us. We shared some funny stories with them as well. Best Western is lucky to have such vibrant women as Breakfast Ambassadors . So looking forward to tomorrow morning.

The rooms smelled like an ashtray. The first room had a soap wrapper in the bathroom, so I can only assume the surfaces were not cleaned. Because of this and the overwhelming cigarette smell they moved us to the next room, which also had a soap wrapper complete with a used bar of soap. So again, I have to assume they did not clean the counter or other surfaces and we are in a pandemic. Because of the virus they should be going above and beyond with being sanitary and I'm not confident that they even met the basics.

Clean and excellent service by the staff. A bit off the main path but not too far. Parking lot well lit. Asked for the Senior Citizen discount and received that. We will be going back soon and will definitely stay there.

I would have to say it was one of the best hotels, I've stayed at in HS! The front desk staff was amazing! They were very informative. The location was perfect. Right next to downtown! Would recommend this place!

The front desk staff was helpful, considerate, took ownership of my requests, and made sure I understood things like where amenities were located.I asked for a late check out the next morning and while most hotels allow this, the staff here didn't act like I was burdening them to ask as most places do. I ended up staying over another night and checked in with overnight staff. She was busy at the front desk, but made sure she took time to welcome me back and accommodated my room requests. The location is convenient, the pool was clean, beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations.

Front desk clerk was so nice. Room was very clean. Because the virus is ongoing the wonderful breakfast was not offered although they did have a "grab-n-go" breakfast. Loved the pillowtop mattress. The hotel was just about booked full so I would recommend reservations. Pool not open yet do to government mandate regarding virus but will open. We have stayed at this hotel before and will be back. Oaklawn is across the street and an awesome italian restaurant "Rocky's" is a block away and shouldn't be missed.

Pillowtop beds were awesome. Front desk personnel were extremely nice. In the middle of the pandemic hotel was full but all precautions were taken by personnel and guests.. stayed here before and we will be back

Off roading trip with friends to Hot Springs and I couldn't be more satisfied. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will be my go-to whenever I'm in Hot Springs.

The room was spotless upon arrival and smelled clean. The coffee maker worked great! Nice soaps and shampoo for the extremely clean shower. The towels were white but didn't smell of bleach or chemicals. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. We have stayed in many motels and hotels where the prices were extreme but could not give them a five star rating. We will be going back.

Super friendly and helpful staff - all of them. The bathtub was like new - loved it! Quiet area, close to everything, great TV channels, super comfy beds, heater/AC worked perfectly, lots of pillows...will definately stay there again!

My husband & I stayed here for the weekend to visit the crystal mines in Arkansas. Found some really good ones. Hotel staff are very welcoming & taking all precautions for covid-19. No worries here. They have the best coffee. Will definately come back to see the horse races!

Normally people that work the front desk @ a hotel do just that, work it.Well this hotel is SUPER LUCKY to have a woman like Kim on their team. She made our days (stay) awesome & worth every penny.We will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and stay again when we are back in town!!

The beds are very comfortable, the hot water is good as is the water pressure, Coffee and breakfast in the morning is nice, the WiFi is good, the location is good, bit the best thing about this hotel is it's amazing staff. Thanks for a great stay we look forward to seeing you again.

The ladies that work the front desk are among the friendliest I have ever experienced, both on the phone and during our visit. So sorry I had to miss the breakfast that was so highly rated (Covid). The room was sufficient and the Pizza at Rocky's (walking distance) was GREAT!

I would strongly recommend the best Western on 2520 central Avenue the worker's are extremely nice and make sure u have what ever u need the rooms are wonderful and the owner is very nice to everyone so if your ever in hot springs Arkansas check out the best Western on 2520 central Avenue across from the oaklawn

The front desk staff were great, I had entered my comments online about requesting a room away from the ice machine and the staff had our room in a quiet area away from the main street - much appreciated. Although the bed quality was outstanding (pillow top firm king mattress), I was very disappointed with the room cleanliness. It seemed to me that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed...other than that, ok location and breakfast to go due to the pandemic was fine.

Mangement could have taking of my issue. Management wouldn't even talk to at all! Will not ever stay there again! With all things that going on in this country management could have at least talk to me or something. I didn't even get a phone call>

We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past; the owners have kept it updated with comfortable beds and good pillows. The free breakfast had really good gravy this last time and although we had to leave early due to the Coronovirus and no fans allowed at the track, the Management was very gracious to grant a prompt refund to our account. Will stay here in the future Lord willing.

The mattresses were broken down, like sleeping in a hole. The check in service is good, the breakfast is excellent. The location is very good. Previous stays here the mattresses were excellent, that is the main reason why I stayed again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and kept clean by housekeeping our entire stay, they even checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast and the ladies that did the breakfast were amazing!

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone it's old, dirty, and noisy. Also since it's in front of the horse racing building there's a lot of drunk people. The rooms where not the same as the ones in the picture when I reserved my stay. They smelled and looked old and worn.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and their amazing staff! Some of our friends have stayed here for 20 years while visiting Oaklawn. You will not find better customer service anywhere! The housekeepers (ours was Karen I believe) are so kind and always making sure you have what you need. Hard working ladies! The kitchen staff is absolutely the best I've ever seen. Donna, Alisa and Sam are exceptional and very dedicated at serving you. And special thank you to Leslie for always making sure our reservations are perfect. We've been visiting Hot Springs for the past 35 years during the racing season. Best Western has always been our hotel of choice. Excellent service and ladies in the breakfast bar the spotlight of the hotel. Price of room is most likely the ugly duckling!!! They keep raising the room rates and if the continues will most likely try The new Double Tree on the lake.

Our breakfast was totally awesome and the server Donna gets five stars and she is delightful! We would come back just for her delightful personality. The full breakfast with sweet rolls, sausage and bacon and all the trimming was perfect Our room was very comfortable, the bed exceptionally soft. However the heater was not working and was stuck on ac. We reported it at checkout!

We always love to stay here! It is in a fantastic location, the rooms are clean, food it hot, coffee is delicious and staff is very accommodating. We have stayed here probably 5 times and this will not be our last!

Stayed 2 nights at this Best Western. Was probably the best stay I had in 18 nights in the U.S. Staff was great, especially the breakfast lady. Super friendly. The town is amazing with tons of things to do. I went to Garvan Gardens to see the Anthony Chapel. Well worth seeing. I will come back here at some point. The Barefoot Cdn.

Free breakfast with the best ladies. They made us feel like home. Homemade cinnamon rolls. Alisa & Donna made us feel like family. We will stay here again. The ladies that do this free breakfast should be training other people. They were excellent at their jobs and had such a wonderful attitude. Can't wait to visit again.

Stayed 2/14/2020 through 2/17/2020. Hotel is across street from oaklawn horse track and the oaklawn casino. Great breakfast and the breakfast attendants were helpful and so nice. Check in was a breeze

Really enjoyed this hotel for a weekend at the races. Access was great. Breakfast was better than 99% of hotels you'll encounter and the staff was super friendly. Only “complaint” is that the walls are a little thin!

We recently stayed at the hotel for a weekend at the horse races. It is a short walk to the race track and casino across the street, or you can enjoy a ride on the carts the staff provides. The mattress is very nice, sheets and comforter as well. Home made cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and the best sausage patties ever. They must be locally made. Had a nice time until time to go home and the car battery was dead. I went to the office to verify their address before calling my insurance company for a jump start. The man at the front desk immediately called Dan, who brought a dead battery starter and tried to jump the car for me. It was a very dead battery so Dan called the manager, LeAnn, to drive me to Auto Zone. She not only drove me there, but also back again an hour later after Auto Zone tried to recharge it. Back at the hotel w new battery in hand, Dan and another man put the battery in with pleasure. I was so touched by the kindness and swiftness to serve. Locally owned. Locally managed. Rare personal service by everyone: housekeeping; restaurant staff; front desk; maintenance; management.

Finally, I have found a place to stay in Hot Springs that remembers how important is the customer's experience; and at a very reasonable price. We spent a weekend at Oaklawn Park Race Track and generally seeing the sights around Hot Springs. The Best Western Winners Circle is right across the street from the Track, so we gave it a try. This motel is clean, the room smells nice, and the staff is courteous, friendly, and was helpful every time I had a request. I will stay at this motel every time I need lodging near Hot Springs. This is a great motel, owned and run by Americans who pride themselves in first class service to their patrons. Winners Circle, thank you for a great experience. You will be seeing me again.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and made us feel very welcome. Front desk was very helpful with answering any questions we had about the area and attractions. Housekeeping was very attentive and accommodating. Donna made the best breakfasts every morning. We will definitely be returning.

Comfortable, clean, convenient to the track and casino this is the place to stay! The staff is awesome and they will go the extra mile to make your stay great! The homemade cinnamon rolls were fantastic! And thank you Kim, Donna, and everyone for my birthday cake!

Great breakfast, clean room, very spacious rooms, Every person that was employed at the hotel that we came in contact with was super nice. it was extremely close to the race track, close to restaurants, great places to park, walking distance to track and casino

We stayed here for two nights while attending the Oaklawn races. From the friendly front desk staff to Sam and Alise in the breakfast room the employees could not have been nicer. Facilities very clean and the old school "park at your door" convenience was most appreciated. If you're visiting Oaklawn Casino or race track or the general Hot Springs area, you won't go wrong with this hotel choice.
