very nice staff and welcome - beside this this hotel looks like and smells like a 30+ years old hotel!!!!! Broken bath tube in our room - every thing in the room looked like 30 years old and was in average conditions. I forgot: pillows are bad - also no blanket or pillow for the sofa bed that we needed to use for the kids!!!!!

Excellent service n friendly and accommodating . Enjoyed the quietness and access to all my needs and places to see. Hotel close to hospital and many places to dine. The area seemed to be very safe and there weren't any strangers hanging around. Well lighted

We had best experience during our stay. From the moment when we arrived until we leave, the hotel staff so welcome and friendly. The easy and efficient check-in and check-out system took my attention. Comfortable Accommodations: The room was so comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality bedding, a variety of pillow options, blackout curtains, and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and phone system. Cleanliness and Hygiene: A clean and hygienic environment is another plus point for this hotel. We received a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and linens. Great Location: This hotel is in great location. We reached around 9pm. Restaurants and stores so close to this hotel. That made us easy to get our dinner for. Ideally, the hotel is situated in a convenient and safe location, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Amenities: This hotel has swimming pool. It made our stay more enjoyable and relax. Safety and Security: The hotel has proper security measures in place, including 24-hour surveillance. We felt more safe and secure during our stay.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times so far, and they are consistently clean and friendly. The property in general is well maintained from the parking lot to the rooms. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good. I've never experienced any issues here.

A stark contrast to the awful Best Western we stayed at in Pigeon Forge, TN, this one was pretty good. It was clean and quiet. The halls on our floor reeked of garlic, but fortunately, it didn't permeate the room. The breakfast was disappointing--not much selection (not even oatmeal), and food was pretty mediocre. Unlike some other BW hotels, the rooms are interior which is vastly preferable to those entered from outside as in Pigeon Forge.

But I was led to believe there was more. BAD internet, so Bad. Closed/Out of Order Pool & Fitness Room. Found a big white, food delivery service receipt, that wasn't from me, on the floor. Really, did no one vacuum? Microwave & refrigerator in room is nice. The frig made so much noise, very loud.

Hotel is basic with a nice breakfast. Located off main road so quiet. Near lots of eating and services. Also near grocery shopping for longer stays. Microwave and mini fridge were convenient. Breakfast was nice. Rooms could use a little updating.

The room's air conditioner is run so infrequently during the humid Georgia summer that there is a dampness in the room that the air conditioner can no longer overcome. Every textile in the place that can hold moisture is musty. Imagine laying down to sleep on a musty, damp mattress with musty, damp sheets, and a musty, damp pillow, and a winter-weight comforter. That's damp and musty. If that's the average room, then the owner is too cheap to run the AC in all the unoccupied rooms. If you want a secure place to hide from the long-term meth hotel across the street, this place is good. If you want to rest and rejuvenate, go somewhere else.

very nice and accomodating staff...always smiled and spoke... found the property very clean and all in order. our grandkids loved the pool...very conveinent to stores and restaurants..was actually quiet considering how close it was to a major highway. we will stay here again

It wasn't the most modernized hotel I've stayed in for the price and the breakfast was very limited, but it served its purpose for my family and I who were there for AAU basketball. It was convenient to all the gyms we played at, clean, and the staff were friendly. :)

We stay in a lot of Best Western hotels. This one is older but very well maintained. It's expensive for an older hotel, though. The management did a great job of attempting to be Covid safe. They offer a limited breakfast, but the dining area was not open. The decor is out-dated, but clean. There are many restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Hiram, Ga. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Our room was exactly what we needed at the end of the day.

I have stayed at others over the years but the Best Western in Hiram is my go to. The staff is so helpful and the lobby and room is always clean. The breakfast is a great bonus too. You can't beat the location off the strip either.

It was ok but a few chsnges could make it better The roo. Was good but the breakfast choices went too hot the only good thing was there was awaffle house and a few good restaurants around the hotel.. the front desk was very helpful and room was decent

Glad we stayed here! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds are the best. I got a full nights sleeps which is saying a lot since I usually toss and turn. The staff was great! I'll be back next time I'm in town.

I've stayed at this hotel several times the past year. The staff were very helpful. Rooms and lobby were well maintained. The price is very reasonable. The AC unit is very quiet. Very peaceful at night so I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean room with a huge hot tub inside. Staff was very nice and helpful also. We slept later than what breakfast was served and the lady behind the desk still let us get free juice and things. Stayed there for a wedding but would definitely stay again!

After having an absolute horrible stay at the hotel across the street I moved for the next four days into the best Western it was cleaner exceptionally quiet the staff was friendly and the security of the building was exceptional I would not hesitate to stay here again

The check in was lovely and the woman at the desk was kind and helpful. The room was fine--not great but clean and adequate. However, the control over the guests was very poor. When we arrived late at night there were people hanging outside the front drinking and smoking. They were actually a friendly crowd, but noisy for the time of night it was (12:45AM). When we finally settled in for our short night's sleep our hotel telephone kept ringing. I could also hear that the next room over was having the same pleasure. The caller was asking for alcoholic beverages, and seemed like he'd already had a few. Next, after my children and I had had just fallen asleep we got a knock at our door--a male voice asking to be let in. SCARY!! I called the front desk for help. The man said he was trying. Another knock a little while later after we'd fallen back asleep (but this time with one ear open in case someone was trying to break into our room). A little while later (2:30AM) there was a loud party in the room right next to me. I called the front desk and was asked to give him some time to resolve the situation. It was completely unacceptable. Icing on the cake: no breakfast due to COVID. How about a take-away breakfast bag? My reservation said free breakfast. I totally understand that the buffet cannot be opened, but if I paid for breakfast, there ought to be an alternative.

The room was excellent very clean. The front desk staff was so nice and made check-in so easy for us. The housekeeper was so helpful. The breakfast lady working the next morning was so friendly and nice to us.

Great service, exceptionally friendly employees who approached you to ensure you were being taken care of. Rooms were clean and spacious bathroom counters. Comfortable king size bed. Front desk clerk who served breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We booked three rooms here for my family to stay less than a mile from Clark Funeral home where we had a visitation to attend on Friday night for a family member who had passed. This hotel is at the most northern end of the "strip" of Hiram, but very close to it all and easy to get to all the restaurants and stores. The hotel is not new, but it has some updated qualities to it. The dining area for breakfast is newer and they offered a reasonable breakfast of eggs, tater tots, gravy and biscuits and then the usual arrangement of waffles, cereal, and peach yogurt (the only choice). The have a PC in the lobby, so I wouldn't call it a business center, but it was useful. We used the pool and it was actually a nice pool area with a restroom at the pool area, which was very nice, especially with my grandkids! I will say we were allowed to check into one of the three rooms early, so we could unload all of our stuff, and the other rooms were given to us as they were available, but all by 2:30. Price wasn't a giveaway by any stretch, we paid $108 for a king size bedroom, and $117 for two queen bedrooms, these prices were before the taxes and fees. Honestly, I thought it was a bit overpriced, because with the taxes and fees, the king room was $125 and the two queens were $136. But our stay was fine, rooms were clean and well stocked, all had a microwave and fridge in the room by the way. All in all I rate it a good stay and had the prices been a bit lower, probably very good.

Issues with getting government discounts they offer, overpriced room for what I got with a barely cleaned room, unworking hairdryer, rude staff, subpar breakfast bar where O.J. was colored water. Only redeeming quality was the pool and location to where I wanted to be.

Check in time 2:30 but hotel isn't full. Had to roam for 3hours. Maid tried to barge in room 8:30am. Breakfast ends too early on weekends. The location was good place with restaurants and shopping. The manager was not the kindest person.

excellant, the room size was spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Location was near resturants, movie thearter and shopping. I do wish there was more of a secluded area for guest in the lobby area, available coffee after breakfast hours.

We stayed the night before going to Six Flags. Our room was a king size bed. It was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our evening. The breakfast was good. The check out process was very easy, and everyone we dealt with was very helpful.

This may not have been the best location I have ever stayed, but the staff went out of their way for me to have my room cleaned as I have been working nights and sleeping during the day. I was in one of the back rooms upstairs and it was very quiet. I didn't hear any traffic outside or foot traffic inside. I did use the laundry room which is priced about average from what I have seen. A full size washer and dryer which cost $4 to use and soap is available at the front counter for $1. Breakfast is hot, your average hotel fare available. Beds are comfortable, the shower has a good pressure and higher shower heads. The heat/AC is your typical wall unit, mine showed the digital read out for the temp. I'm not sure if that's the case in all rooms. The pool was closed while I was there because of the cold weather. There is a small fitness room available. This has 2 machines and a set of weights.

Very congenial staff! The breakfast "hit the spot!" It was sausage patties, egg patties, waffles, bagels with apple or orange juice along with coffee/tea. The bed was decent with four nice pillows. The water pressure was good. I could hear just a little bit into the other room. The TV worked very nicely. The morning manager even found my reading glasses and saved them for me -- nice touch!

Stopped here for one night on our way to Tennessee. Hotel appeared to be a little outdated but our room was clean and staff was very friendly. We opted to order in and took our food down to the lobby and ate it while watching football.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean but a little outdated. The only issue we had was the walls are paper thing. We could hear our neighbors just talking next door. Other than that, the hotel was decent and located right near stores and restaurants.

I have to say , for the price this was not worth it. Bathrooms dirty, sheets felt like years old, and even pool towels were all tattered. The room seemed very dated and dusty. Staff were kind, but not sure I would stay here again.

The customer service from the start was amazing!!! WeWgot to town early and both of our parties were able to check in early!!! All of the amenities were great and delicious food (I didn't think it were possible.) Very clean and cozy ??

Stayed here overnight while attending a wedding in the area. Check in was fast and friendly, the room and common areas were very clean and comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast was very good, hot foods as well as fruits, cereals, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was in town the week before and stayed at a nearby hotel which was a zoo and had poor internet service. Opted to stay here on my return to town. Much quieter even though the hotel was almost completely booked. Breakfast was typical but was well stocked and clean. Sink drain plug was broken and sink would not drain properly and clock was broken and unplugged, both of which housekeeping had to have known about but didn't alert maintenance for repair. Reported to front desk staff the next am but nothing was done or reported. Told staff the second night of my stay and was told to speak to mgmt in am and they could move me to another room. This was the second night of a 3 night stay and I had no desire to pack up and move so I decided to continue to deal with a slow draining sink and no clock and reported it on check out. Was told at check out problem could have been repaired. Front desk staff were apologetic. It's an ideal location for me and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds. I will stay ther again when I return to town but will check the ventilation system, clock, and bathroom in working order before settling in the room.

We go to Hiram as often as possible to bike the Silver Comet Trail. And we always stay at the Best Western. The price is reasonable, the location is central to all the restaurants, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the owners/ managers are most accommodating.

Satisfactory room, clean and sufficiently roomy. Decent free breakfast, typical fare (eggs, sausage, biscuits, make-yourself-waffles and typical cold foods.) Good price value for what is provided. Did not use the other amenities.

Hotel was ok and affordable. No real amenities but we did go in December so maybe more in spring and summer. It met the need we had for a place to stay over for a night so that we did not have to drive back to town after our family event.

Two years ago we stayed here. Not much has changed. Traffic is still loud, lobby stills reeks of smoke when though it's a non smoking hotel. This time or room needs updating... Bad! Not a single USB plug, outlets wouldn't hold our iPhone chargers in the wall. Lobby was a toasty 79 degrees. We were told that the temp was normal and no one was allowed to change it. Apparently this was true by the "nice" now in the thermostat. It was like walking into a sauna! The hallway to our room smelled of women's perfume but very, very strong almost as if the bottle exploded. The room was also very hot when we arrived. The A/C ran the entire time we were there to cool the room off. The next morning the temp on the window unit said 68 but there was no way that was correct. It felt more like 74 or hotter. This made sleeping really rough in a hot room. Yes, the A/C was blowing really cold air, it just wouldn't cool the room off. On our leave the nice receptionist apparently couldn't do her job right. The manager lady kept interrupting, reaching over the receptionist and just plainly getting in the way. But, the sweet receptionist just kept her cool, did her job and wished us well. Not one time did she say anything rude, roll her eyes or give us the impression she was annoyed.

The Good: This property is conveniently located right off the main highway near stores and restaurants. The breakfast was decent, but nothing to get too excited about. The sweet lady who checked us in was able to help us locate some specific things we wanted to do in the area. She was sympathetic to our complaint that I'll discuss next. The Bad. Very Bad. : When I enter a hotel, I expect a nice, clean scent. I even LOVE the smell of bleach. What I didn't love was the horrible, putrid stink in the elevator. I couldn't put my finger on what the smell was. My husband put his nose right up to the walls of the elevator and said that's where it was coming from. I took his word for it, because by that time, I was holding my breath. To add insult to injury, when we got off on our floor, there was the overwhelming odor of cooked food. One member of our party said, "I smell Curry!" They were right. We found out that the hotel owners stay at this property and cook their meals there at times. Curry may not be the most awful smell in the world, but I don't particularly like it......especially where I'm about to sleep! Upon entering the bathroom, the sink was dirty with colored bits of something and a long hair. (see picture) The Best: I have never experienced internet service as good as it was at this hotel. I didn't get knocked offline repeatedly like at some hotels. As a matter of fact, once I signed in, I never had to sign in again the entire stay. Superb!

I generally do not leave comments, but this hotel was awful. The hotel lobby, elevator and 2nd floor smelled like awful armpit odor. I thought, maybe the next day it would clear up, but never did. The toilet handle was broke, you had to keep it down for about 5-seconds before releasing as it would stop the flush. The water in the shower drizzled out cause it had a leak. The remote control did not have batteries. It was just a frustrating day.

Close to everything, stores, restaurants and really not far from Atlanta airport. Great location very clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. Great value for the money spent for the cost of this room. Hotel has a pool opened during the season. Closed for season when i was there.

We were here for a wedding, the hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location with great restaurants, shopping centers, and Starbucks near by. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone traveling to the area.

Small town, friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, continental breakfast, nice place to close your eyes and sleep soundly. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Pretty drive if you are coming from Atlanta and take the back country roads.

Uncaring staff. Never greeted upon entering property. No enquirey on how our rooms or our stay was. Not a very welcoming hotel. Was clean and the housekeeper on our floor the whole trip was very accommodating and kind. Towels were burnt and scratchy. Rooms are basic but clean.

Convenient location in Hiram, bordering Dallas. Easy drive to Atlanta without all the heavy traffic. Close to many eateries; restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Great local shopping as well.

This is a very pleasant little hotel. Clean, efficiently run, quiet, and despite the fact that it's located just off a highway full of strip malls, the setting is attractive, with pine trees surrounding it and nice landscaping.The breakfast is decent and they keep coffee and hot water available at all hours. I stayed here three nights in a suite and was very pleased.

Very clean, Everything works, Beds are super comfortable and staff are very professional. Pool was very nice, hidden away, and had shade and sun. Will book a stay again in the future. I also enjoyed the very nice town it was located in.

Nice people. Could use a remodel. Traffic in Hiram is surprisingly heavy along main road. When we arrived the staff was spraying deodorizer in the hallway. Smelled like someone was cooking heavily spiced foods.

The Best Western in Hiram is like a second family to me. I have stayed with the hotel numerous of times when I travel to see my own family. They are always welcoming and I love the hotel. It's close to retail stores and places to eat. Best Western in Hiram is one of the best places I've stayed at in the area. I will not go anywhere else.

I did not stayed at Best Western before but this hotel is going to make me there loyal customer. Breakfast and internet are critical for me and it was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, the hospitality and the sharing of good times with old friends and new. Kind of a business/pleasure trip as we were allowed to be part of a movie being filmed in this area. The staff was very helpful.

The value here is very good. The breakfast is very good. The staff tries very hard to satisfy each customer.I believe it is an old Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are inside access. Plenty of parking, quite side street.

I stayed here 3 years ago while biking on the Silver Comet Trail. Returned this year with my wife and went directly to this hotel. It was nice to see Nikki again at the desk. We had a nice room on the second floor at the back. The window looks out onto tree branches but at least at is away from busy highway 128. The hotel itself is also situated far enough back from the busy 4 lane highway that it is not a problem. There are nearby places to eat, but not walking. No sidewalks. During my second night here I developed pains in my side. By 3am I could not take it anymore and called the front desk to get a taxi. We were informed that NO taxis were running, but if we could wait 25 minutes, Nikki's husband would drive us to the hospital. By the time we arrived at the hospital I was hyper ventilating, sweating, shivering, and just in extreme pain. I thought it was appendicitis. Turned out to be kidney stone. If it had not been for Nikki and her husband we would have had to call and ambulance and who knows how much that would have cost us. So we certainly would be staying here again if we are anywhere in the area. Thank you Nikki and staff.

This hotel is great! The rooms are super clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. I would never stay at any other hotel in this area. I love Best Western - they have become my favorite place to stay.

Very nice for a small-town hotel. Similar to a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. Pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms with fridge and microwave and coffee pot. Very clean and attractive decor. Great staff. Hot breakfast included. Quiet! Located about 40 minutes west of Atlanta in a more rural area. Close to our daughter's home so we will stay here again.

The room was good sized and worked well for us. We stayed Saturday night and it was quiet. The Downs: the pillows were very flat, and the towels were rough (opposite of Fluffy). The Ups: quite and the mini fridge was a good size and seemed to work well, and the woman at the desk that night was very friendly and helpful ( I wish I had remembered her name). No major issues but nothing out standing., so average. It had enough room and was affordable enough for our overnight stay.

I was accused of smoking in room when I don't even smoke , I was discriminated against because I'm an African American woman. They tried to steal my deposit money accusing me of smoking in non smoking room. My room didn't even smell like smoke it smelled like perfume. They kicked me out with my bags after I paid over 400 dollars for 4 days. I never did anything wrong, they assumed i smoked in room and never once questioned the Caucasian family next to my room when they were the ones smoking in room. The hotel is creepy and very few ppl stay there. Customer service is horrible, Maids are rude and aggressive, busted in my room at 7am asking me if I wanted room service, breakfast is horrible dry bread and Rotten fruit. Never will stay here there again

Enjoyed my visit to Hiram and stay at the BW. It was a convenient location to my family that lives there. Will most likely choose to stay there in the future for my visits. Would have liked to see the pool open beyond Labor Day Maybe you could think of heating it to extend your season. It was very warm the weekend that I was there.

Really appreciated the grab bars in the showers. The mattresses were very comfortable. The small refrigerators were wonderful to have. We biked on the Silver Comet trail and liked the location. We appreciated the non smoking and no pets, this was good for my allergies.

Stayed here for a wedding of a family member. Everything about this hotel is excellent. They even have a great selection of TV channels via a small cable box. The only thing is to use the sleep timer, it has to be set from the buttons on the side of the TV set.

I recently stayed here after selling my house last week, and I'm satisfied. It was nothing special, just your average room. I didn't have any problems with anything. The wifi worked fine. The room did not smell. The water pressure was fine. The only issue I had was the dirty, hairy towels in my room. Every single towel had hair on it. I went to get new ones and the ones she gave me had hair on them. Crying shame. I guess the housekeeping or the dryers are dirty to where there is hair drying onto the towels or something. I don't know. But I know that I was happy Walmart was up the street in order for us to go buy towels.

I was awaken by heard someone entering my room at 6 am. I woke my husband up and then I heard the door close. A few seconds later, the manager's wife called our room stating she smelled smoke coming from my room. My husband told her that no one was smoking we were sleep. She was very rude and repeated herself several times. I was furious. I reported it to the manager. He stated he knew nothing of it. I was will never stay there again.

After debating where to stay, we chose to stay at BW Hiram because of the many great reviews I've seen. The rooms are clean and we had a great night's rest. The staff was very accommodating and let us check out an hour later since we needed more time. Thank you!

Traveled there for a wedding. I found everything about the hotel very good. It was convenient for our needs and clean. The morning breakfast was actually pretty good. The rooms were spacious and we didn't hear any other room noise. My only problem was the bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise, it was a good hotel for the value.

We stayed the weekend. The room was clean and well maintained. Each room has a mini fridge, microwave and small coffeemaker. The location is nicely located to restaurants and most any other need you may have. The Staff was friendly and good with security. If I had to specify a con, it would be the pillows. Yet, many people like their own pillow. I would recommend.

We stopped here to ride our Terratrikes on the Silver Comet Bike Trail for two days. Perfect location and lots of choices for dinner. Best Western is always our first choice when traveling from Michigan. We plan to come back again to this Best Western to ride the rest of this incredible trail (62 miles).

The hotel was very nice; clean, comfortable, good breakfast selections. I did think the price was a bit high for not having a pool available this time of year (out door pool), but everything about the stay was very good. This hotel even has decent water pressure, which can be a problem some places.

Everything as expected from a newish roadside place. We had to exstend the stay and did not hesitate. Room very clean and prepared for us - breakfast area open for coffee early and staffed so it was always well stocked and clean. Folk seemed guenuenly glad you stayed there. Never smelled or saw any smoking and area overall felt very safe.

It was a wonderful stay, Nikki helped us to have a pleasant stay here. The hotel room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It was recommend by a friend that lives near Hiram, GA. She was so happy that we liked it because she wanted our experience to be a good one.

Lobby smells like cigarette smoke, bad! I believe this is not from the rooms themselves but from the receptions room/office. Rooms were very clean. There was some outside noise but by 11:00pm it was very quiet. Beds were ok although they seemed a bit shorter than a normal sized bed, feet hung off the end. This might have been due to the horrible pillows. Four pillows per bed. Two pillows would make a regular sized pillow but they were roundish. Firm, round pillows to which were not like the one I have at home. This made it difficult to rest comfortably. Typical HVAC window until. The bad thing was that I think it was the first time the heater was used this year. The smell of burning lint filled the air for quite a while. Another bad thing with these units, no humidity when the heater runs. It would dry the air out so bad that our sinuses ached. I almost turned the shower on to run thru the night but I didn't. Was a little anoyed with the tv. They had programmed it for the picture to be zoomed. This made it difficult to view the edges of the screen because whatever was on the edge (logo, CC, etc) was cut off or off the screen.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean (my #2 after security, and it meets those criteria for me also). It was recently renovated so it is a very pleasant stay for <$100 a night. Book in advance if you can because sometimes they are sold out for special events.

Last year, I checked into a nearby hotel and had to leave b/c of the filth and smell. I went to this hotel and was very pleased. So, this past spring, I came right back to this hotel without a second thought. I had a very pleasant stay. Juanita at the desk was nice. The continental breakfast was nice. The room was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of outlets in the room and the lighting was good. There was little smell in the room ... but there was a strong perfume smell in the hallways. For the most part, the room seemed clean with the exception of the doors and walls of the bathroom. Those seemed a little bit grody. (Just a little.) All and all a nice stay. I would stay here again! : -)

The staff, particularly the manager was rude. The room was dirty, with blood stains on the bed. The refrigerator did not work. My husband was bit by a spider that was on his pillow, when he brought the spider to the front desk, they dismissed it. The general area is dirty and smells like smoke. It was basically a cheap tacky hotel, that I would not recommend staying at .

A very nice hotel where the people are friendly and the rooms are spotless. I have stayed here for a number of years and I appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms as well as friendliness of the staff. This is not a fancy hotel hotel but one where you can get a good nights sleep.

Great Staff, very nice room, good breakfast --basic but very good. NIce location, very close to everything. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very well maintained--will definitely return. I could never get on the Wi-Fi but family had no problem so that was a bit inconvenient

Hall smelled of smoke, bed very uncomfortable, especially the pillows. What else can I say about this hotel. besides that things looked cheap, not much food out for breakfast, very skimpy.Location can at times be hard to get and out of due to traffic.

Well.....We arrived a little after 5 pm and were greeted by a very nice lady. We went to our room to find the air was OFF. It was rather stifling! In looking the room over we noticed that our window was FILTHY! It looked as if the remains from someone digging in their nose were left there. We immediately went and reported this and were told it would be taken care of. On our way out we also added that the walls needed a good wipe down. It looked as if someone had thrown a liquid up against the wall. Upon our return we went to our room to find that the walls had been wiped down but the curtains were just drawn together. No one had cleaned the nastiness off the window. We also found a roach on the ceiling. I returned to the front desk and inquired about the issues. I was told we could not be moved to another room as there were no rooms available. I then asked for bug spray. I returned to the room and found that my husband had killed the roach. I took it and the bug spray back to the front desk to show that I wasn't making all this up! In the mean time.....we found that our room would not lock. You didn't even need a key to get into the room. The owner came and pulled the handle up and that seemed to work......for the time being......! The next day we had the same issue.....our room stayed unlocked the whole day while out shopping. We later had the man come and look at the door and it needed a new battery! It was replaced. In all the problems we had with this hotel....we were offered 10% off. I took that but really felt we deserved more than just 10 % off! I don't think this hotel was worth $100+ a night with all these issues!!!! We did have other family members who didn't seem to have the issues but had other issues....sink in bathroom being slow to drain, being on the smoking hall and smelling cigarette smoke right as you walk in as this is still a smoking hotel......(I was told it won't be much longer). In all our problems, I do have to say that the ladies in the hotel were VERY Friendly and eager to accommodate us. We received numerous apologies for the issues we had. I just think they should have given a greater reduction!

Lady at check in was very friendly, kind, and patient. Hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and other places to enjoy time with your family. It wasn't too far from white waters but I didn't mind to drive the few extra miles for a nice hotel room for my family.

The hotel is very close to food and major brand stores. I got in late and left early so I did not spend a ton of time in the room except for sleeping. But I did get to stop and get food 2 minutes from the hotel and was able to pick up some stuff near by early in the morning as I was leaving to get some work accomplished. The staff was nice while I checked in and fast at check out. I always pick up a copy of my bill for my expense report. You will enjoy your stay here if you are looking for a nice rest. I can't comment on any of the frills because I did not experience them.
