Great location for restaurants, coffee & hot chocolate, and The Tube and train are about 10 minutes away, with bus service even closer. Hotel staff were friendly, professional l, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The Thursday morning Desk Manager arranged for a late check-out, printed my boarding pass, made sure I had a ride to the airport, and was very nice and of course professional. I will stay here in the future.

This hotel was freezing cold much like the food. The original room we were allocated had not been cleaned, and from the state of the rubbish, wet towels and the bed, I suspect its previous guests had a much more "fun time than we did. We were moved rooms, but the new room still stank off mildew, there was only one bedside cabinet, a broken sideboard and a missing TV remote. Only one set of towels was disappointing. The bed was, however, very comfortable. Breakfast was cold, ruined tomato, no fried eggs, scrambled egg was like slop and tastes tank, the coffee machine didn't work purposely and tastes worse than starbucks. Stale croissants all eaten in a very chilly dining room topped it off.The location feels like a ghetto, off the main streets in a commercial park.Car park was £10, but the council car park adjacent was free from 6.30 to 8.30 (70p in the morning covered us until 9.30 when we left

The hotel is located not so far from a train station, Hayes & Harlington, next to Heathrow airport. The room was spacious, clean and functional. All the members of staff were friendly and the price and quality balance was excellent.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the rooms clean and well maintained. The restaurant serves both north Indian and continental cuisine in the evenings, which is maybe as well as there seem to be very few other eateries in the immediate vicinity. The food and service was excellent. Sadly, the full English breakfast didn't measure up to the same standard. The bacon and sausages were rather anaemic and greasy (especially on my first morning) and both the coffee machine and toaster were unequal to the level of demand when busy, and slow and inefficient. Other than this, however, it was a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel, particularly for brief stays. I would certainly use this hotel again if I have cause to visit this part of Greater London.

Clean, tidy hotel adequate for a nights stay, friendly staff. Unable to cope with food orders for about 30 people many cancelled orders & left to find food elsewhere. However excellent buffet breakfast!

Stayed here on Sunday night after seeing Eminem. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff with the most comfortable beds ever! It was a very warm night, the air con was fantastic and the beds lovely. Very clean throughout. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again no problem.

"Basic hotel with pleasant staff"

Airlink hotel is a basic hotel with pleasant staff but it's tenuous to infer it's an airport stay, it's on a busy road in the middle of Hayes town centre. The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and had no window for daylight or ventilation but it was clean with a comfortable bed and large television. There are a small number of on site parking bays available for an additional £10 per night.

"misleading web site and a very noisy hotel"

The hotel room was very noisy and all road noise was as clear as if the window was wide open. Website was misleading in stating car parking available but not that this was chargeable on arrival resulting in hotel working out dearer than other better quality hotels in far better areas. It was clear from the comments of staff that this is on purpose. not the best area either limiting eating options etc. The quality of breakfast also left a lot to be desired definitely wont use this hotel when back in the area

Nicely appointed modern hotel. Greeted by Ravi and made very welcome and throughout our stay every member of staff was attentive and polite. Requested a quiet room which we got and had a comfortable 2 night stay. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. Would use again

Hotel is very clean, cosy and has friendly atmosphere! Good humour at Reception desk, friendly and hospitable STAFF! Rooms are big, very clean, heating included, all amenties, bathroom excellent! Reception is always helpful and smiling ! Parking close to the hotel! Paul R.

"From Annoying Checking In To Mold on Toast & More Negatives Than Positives I Would Not Recommend This One!"

Simply put after having been traveling for the last 4 hours or so and arriving at the Hotel to check in, instead of making it simple, the receptionist started arguing with me about my Card being declined. "I should make sure that it works, as it almost got cancelled". On the Website Hotel.com where I booked it, I got told I can pay it at the Hotel and the Credit Card is only held without being charged. I explained him that, he would still argue his case 3 Times, and got me very much frustrated, I then paid the outstanding Amount with my Bank Card. When I checked into the Room, the first Room I got was a Twin Bad Standard Room, instead of what I paid for which was Superior Double Bed Room. Apparently they where fully Booked out and didn't reserve one for me, so the only one available was with Disability Access. The next Morning when I went to get Breakfast here is what the Brochure promises: Continental Breakfast that will be available will be: Croissants & Pastries Crumpets Bread Cheese Charcuterie Fresh Fruit Salad Grapefruit Segments Mixed Berries Yogurts Cereals Granola Creations Yumyy porridge Full Breakfast you will have access to Bacon Sausage Eggs Tomatoes Quorn Sausage Hash Browns Baked beans Mushrooms What really got delivered on 26.04.2018 at ca 8am. No Croissants No Pastries Only 1 Style of Bread, White Bread with mold because it was sooo old, which I told the reception. No Grapefruit Segments No Mixed Berries Only 1 Style of Yogurts no plain yogurt, only flavored ones. No porridge And when I asked for poached eggs I got served twice fried eggs and after I explained the difference between a poached and a fried egg, he made it for me the way I like them to be, without oil and not overcooked. Coffee, was weak, more like flavored milk than coffee. Reception gave me a discount and instead of £8.95 I only paid £5 however even that is too much for what was delivered. All of the hot food advertised was there except Quorn Sausages, but to be honest the Food wasn't that good. With everything I experienced I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone, instead go somewhere else a pay a bit more because here they do try to cut corners where they can and the Hotel is outdated. The Staff are friendly and helpful overall but the Management needs to get things in order here, and most definitely get the Cooking & Food improved as it is not good, when a guest is finding White Toast with mold on it.

OK, it's not Hyde Park or Mayfair, but the staff in this hotel could not have been sweeter and the room was very nicely appointed with a comfortable bed. It was a last minute booking as I could not get home from work due to the snow, and to be honest I wasn't enthusiastic after looking at the hotel - but I couldn't have been greeted with more kindness.

"Misleading name for hotel"

I booked this hotel as I had an early morning flight out of Heathrow. Although it's called "Airlink" Hotel there is nothing to link the location to the airport. There is no shuttle service, neither is the hotel on a bus pick up route for travellers. The only means to the airport is by taxi - this cost me 15 GBP - however I question if it was a taxi. There was no outside indicator that it was a taxi - no photo ID or registration for the driver and no machine calculating the cost. The room itself was clean. There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom attached to the wall by the wash basin - I had to request that it be filled with soap. There was no soap dispenser in the shower - the shower was the other side of the room so how to use the soap??. A small bottle of shampoo conditioner was provided but no shower gel!!! No paper tissues were provided so for a runny nose it was toilet paper or nothing. My expectation from a hotel is for bathroom essentials be provided. At check in I was asked for photo ID [not the 1st time] but I was shocked to find that reception has taken a photocopy of my passport details without advising me they were doing so and not asking permission. When I asked how they would be safely disposing of confidential information I was advised "we keep it in the backroom - it's common practice". Needless to say I found this most unsatisfactory.

An interesting choice of adjective to describe this hotel. The Duty manager - who appears to serve as the receptionist and as a waiter - took 45 minutes to check us in. Perhaps we should have taken this as a sign of things to come. The rooms themselves were fine. They all appeared clean and well maintained. However I'd advise that if you want a double bed, you should go to another hotel. Our bed was comprised of two singles pushed together and was desperately uncomfortable. Whilst I have no problem with pushing single beds together, it helps if they are the same height. My partner and I ended up sharing a single. Sleeping separately was difficult as the duvet didn't stretch far enough and when I dared to move closer, I rolled down the 6 inch chasm between the beds. Breakfast was...ok. The omelettes were huge and tasty. The poached eggs never arrived. We did have to ask the duty manager, who never seems to leave the hotel, to clean the table several times before it actually happened. Overall, a disappointing stay at the best western.

Clean tidy and good little hotel for Heathrow. The staff are great. Attentive and full of smiles. Don't go into the town. Eat in it's good food and reasonable. WiFi is ok but you need to keep logging on if you stop for a while. Reserve a parking slot although public car park is directly adjacent.

This is the best hotel to stay, near to the airport, few minutes walk to the town centre and railway station. Best location, parking available on site. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are immaculate, very clean. Food in the restaurant is cherry on top, best Indian food. A five star experience I must say. Will definitely come back.

I stayed here over my birthday weekend during the Christmas period, location is perfect as the hotel is situated in the middle of Hayes town. Fully stocked bar, smart reception staff, clean and HUGE rooms for a reasonable price.

Ideal for London Heathrow. Very clean and tidy hotel, pleasant staff, room was small compared to North American hotels but was sufficient for a single night. Very limited car parking @ £10!!!! There is a public park next door which is free between 6pm & 8:30am. Used the in house Indian restaurant for dinner, which was OK, nothing special. Didn't use the restaurant for breakfast, went onto Hayes main street instead.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant woman called Charmaine, who's natural humility was a very refreshing change. I was well looked after, and given excellent advise regarding the meal menu in the restaurant. The hot water in this hotel does take a while to come through tho, but this just gave me a moment to appreciate the lovely tiling anyway.

We recently stopped here overnight on an Omega Holidays Winter Wonderland trip.The hotel was fine,the rooms were clean and comfortablethe staff were pleasant especially the one behind reception when we arrived sorry i cannot remember her name.The breakfast was good the only little problem was there is not much room between tables and maybe an extra hot water boiler and toaster as these were very slow to heat things up.We still would not hesitate to come back in the future

This is a hotel that has a good location in terms of reaching Heathrow or other parts of West or North West London. Visitors should be aware, however, that through no fault of the hotel, it is located in a very rough part of London, so valuables should not be left in cars and walking after dark is better in groups rather than alone. While I didn't like the cynical £10 charge for overnight car parking (I guess this is how they put people off using the car park as there is very limited number of spaces), the price of the double bedroom for single use on a Saturday night was outstanding value for inside the M25 at just £41/night thanks to me joining the Best Western rewards programme for free. The room itself was cramped, and there was only a shower (no bath) but again for a touch over £40, the room was clean, the bed comfort was average but acceptable and the breakfast was ok. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. My only real gripes were a) only two tiny windows in my bedroom which were really high up so the room felt a bit prison like, needs larger Windows to let real daylight in and b) some of the food items at breakfast were very poor quality such as the sausages. Overall, a useful backup hotel with great value should other hotels not be available in the area.

Hotel star rating review was actually near the mark! Wanted to find somewhere that was near LHR and this hotel was perfect. Was easy to locate once leaving the motorway and parking was great as aside from parking being available at the hotel a public car park was adjacent to the building. Check in was relatively quick ( was asked to produce photo ID as well as my payment card!?) it has a small lobby and dining facilities ie: "restaurant" was a little smaller than I am accustomed to but the experience was on the whole pleasant. Beds were comfortable and my bathroom had a rain shower so felt very relaxed once I had settled. Decided to eat out and walked a short distance to the high street where there was an array of eateries. Hayes and Harlington Station is approximately 10 mins walking distance so access by rail is viable. Was unable to stay for breakfast (which has a reasonable charge) but would happily pay to stay here again.

We have used this hotel in the past and returned for a one night stay prior to a long-haul holiday flight from Heathrow. Our room was adequately sized, clean and well equipped. There were a couple of minor issues with the bathroom and our only other gripe was that the pillows were way too hard for us. We had checked in late after a long drive and needed shuteye so hadn't asked for replacements. Reception assured us the next morning, though, that, had we asked for softer ones, they could have been provided. The buffet breakfast was adequate with a wide choice of options. We did not have any other meals there. There is a public car park next to the hotel which is free overnight but you have to pay if you are departing after 08:30. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful Although it is in a built up area we did not suffer from any noise problems so were able to get a decent night's sleep. The hotel is only a short drive from Heathrow. The hotel was good value for money and we would thoroughly recommend it for an overnight stay prior to a flight from Heathrow.

This hotel does what it says on the tin. It was nice and clean and the room was a good size. Stayed here for one night because of an early flight. The staff were polite and helpful and helped me get a cab to the airport at a very good rate. There was some confusion on an outstanding balance to be paid when there was none but the manager sorted this out swiftly. Dinner was a bit of a let down as the options were minimal but it was cheap. All in all good value for money.

Stayed here the night before we flew on holiday to USA. Couldn't fault the hotel from start to finish. With plenty of parking to choose from. Swift and friendly check in. The room was a decent size, more than we required with a king size bed and modernly finished. Breakfast the following morning was good and check out was a breeze. Located conveniently from our airport parking arrangements. Felt rested before a long flight to USA and would definitely return when travelling abroad.

This hotel is superb! Although I only used it as a one night stop-over, I would have loved to stay longer. The hotel is nicely situated near the town centre with parking on sit and a public car park right next door to it, so no shortage of parking. I arrived late and was greeted very friendly by the night porter. Check in was no problem and very pleasant. My room was on the ground floor and was amazed how quiet it was in there. Bed was nice and comfortable and had a good nights sleep. In the morning, I was welcomed by all the staff. A great buffet style breakfast was really nice. I will have no hesitation to stay here again. Well done to the team here and thank you.

My wife and I stayed here 20th October for 1 night.on arrival Bryan on the desk noticed my wife was using walking sticks. He was so kind to her he changed our room to ground floor. Disabled friendly what a credit to best western. Such a nice man. He offered us tea and coffee. He's . Work colleague Filton was very kind too. I am booking to come back to this hotel in April and August thanks to the kindness of Bryan and filton 5*

We were only on an overnight stay, but found it very good value. The hotel is totally updated so the decor was very appealing, the staff was wonderful with quick check-in and check-out. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The food in the ground floor restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast.

We stayed one night at this hotel and we were sorry it was not longer. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was recently redone and the bathroom was as well. Filton the restaurant manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not rate it as excellent is the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges.

This hotel was definitely one of the best deals I found on my 3 week trip of The UK. I thought it would be just a great place to stay because I had an early flight the next morning, but I was really surprised when I checked in. The staff was warm and very friendly and my room was extremely clean and my bed was soooooo comfortable! It was so nice, that I stayed there again, when I flew back from Austria. It honestly felt like "coming home" The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I will definitely come back to this fine establishment again. OH MY GAWD....AND THEY HAD THE BEST BUTTER CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

Very well located for airport easy to find. Only £46 for room plus £10 to park. I have however just found out that we could have parked in council car park next door after 6pm for free. Never mind. Room small but very clean well kitted out including 2 hairdryers. Walk just up the road to an very multicultural area like sparkbook in Birmingham. Visited fish and chip shop 'munches' see separate review. Settled down to food and wine In our room. With TV ( huge flat screen) Bed comfortable room tiny but nicely decorated very clean. Great value would use again.

Situated near Heathrow Airport. This town is full of new immigrants hence a good number of Indian, N African and Middle Eastern restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite nice and carpeted and clean. Free WiFi is provided. Service staff friendly and courteous.

This is a great airport hotel. The staff were delightful, very friendly and very obliging. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Hayes is not the most salubrious location but its close to Heathrow. It is ethnically diverse which we see as a positive because you can get a great curry locally. It is also perfectly safe. The shower in our room had a fault, the water flowed against the wall rather than as a full rain shower. I politely pointed this out to the staff and they were very concerned and promised to mention it to management.

I have been staying at this hotel many times and it has such a great value for money. service its friendly and does accomodate every request you might have, I use to check in late at night and its never a problem.. They also have a private car park that can leave your car secure for only 10£. I will definitely stay there again..

First visit here and the check in was swift and welcoming. Rooms are very tidy with mod cons including large TV and tea/coffee. They are tastefully decorated and the bed is comfy. Plenty of comments regarding the car parking so wont bother here, but I found space quickly. Some people seen having a meal but I ventured up the high st. and found a JDW pub which was very good.

"Breakfast Outrage"

At £71 a night with breakfast this place is great budget option if your flying out of Heathrow early (Preferably before breakfast is served). The room appeared to have been fairly recently refurbed and was spacious and modern with an absolute plethora of light switches which seemed to switch on the skirting lights, painting light and a host of other lights apart from the main lights. Hayes is also a short walk if your wanting to go out for a bite to eat (although it does resemble Beirut). The hotel also features a mini gym and don't bother paying to park in the hotel car park as the council one is free between 6.00pm and 08.30am. Aside from Breakfast the only negatives aspects of my stay were the tepid morning shower and slight smell of drains/ fustiness in the room. Right, onto the Breakfast: What a shambles! I may be being hypercritical here but first off there were no spoons out and what was left of the breakfast buffet looked like a scene from the bleakest times in communist Russia. One piece of bread left, no beans remaining and eggs tasting like steak (presumably from whatever was fried on the griddle the night before). The Coffee in the dispenser had also run dry and when I raised this issue a 2nd pale of Coffee was brought out that was clock cold. To be fair the packets of Alpen and yogurt eaten with a fork were ok though. Having had to stalk and accost the elusive breakfast staff throughout breakfast the manager also had his turn threatening to kick out one of the errant staff about her attitude, in the middle of the dining area. Never a dull moment!

Hotel information was misleading re onsite parking - they charge 10 GBP per day. No curbside drop off is possible. Plan to haul your cases 500 yards or more, if you use the car park next door, and make sure you use pay and display after 8:30 am. Overnight parking is free. Access from A 312 is tricky.

Just stayed 2 nights at this hotel because we had tickets for proms at the park. Because of how much I'd paid really didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Guy on the reception was polite & helpful. Room although small was perfect, spotlessly clean & had a comfy bed. Was modern and even had USB ports for you to charge your phones. The station was close by and only a short trip into London centre. All in all I'd say it was pretty much perfect. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to the capital.

Room was lovely but the food was a disaster. After an hour and half of ordering, we had to leave and go to mcdonalds as they couldnt cope with the amount of orders. Breakfast next morning consisted of cold watery baked beans, cold scrambled eggs, cold hash browns and hot sausages. The yoghurts were Tesco value ones. There was no orange juice n the apple juice was like water. There was.cut up cooking margarine on a plate 4 everyone 2 share. They wouldnt serve bacon as it was a Muslim hotel. Even though we had paid 4 our meals within our holiday, we had to eat out 2 nights n for breakfast.

Great for sleeping, breakfast was chaos! I spent 5 nights here whilst on a course and overall I'd say it was a good business or airport hotel. However, the two sides to this hotel are: A fantastic room with modern, clean and very comfortable fittings and furnishings- definitely top notch! A strange system for breakfast that was totally overwhelmed by the 2 coach loads of guests who descended en masses to sweep it clean like locusts. This was not the fault of the hotel or its guests but just something to consider? A final note that the £10 per night for parking was extra on top of the B&B which should be included in the price!

Small rooms, some you need to be 6 ft. tall to see out of the window. Evening meal terrible (Fish & Chips) could have got better at chippy, no vinegar - suggest Weatherspoon's round the corner. Breakfast very limited. I would suggest that scrambled egg, sausage, bacon and beans would not be acceptable as a cooked breakfast in other Best Western Hotels and no tomato or brown sauce available.

First time at this hotel for early morning Heathrow park and flight. Hotel was chosen for its locality to airport, about 15 minutes drive to T3 parking at 7am, very little traffic. Parking is available at the hotel but appeared full when I got there at about 9pm, so parked in adjacent council car park. This car park is free overnight, I believe from 6pm to 8:30am, just don't leave anything on show, no security but I was OK. Breakfast was offered but left at 7am as needed to get to airport. Room was small but adequate or a night, bed was comfortable and room was quiet even though it was on the ground floor and next to the street. Would use again, as convenient as staying on airport but cheaper.

Excellent stay for one night before our flight early the following day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good and reasonably priced, being London. Room was spacious and very comfortable, would have been happy with this room for a longer stay, only downside was we had a roadside room, which seemed extremely noisy, but saying that we live in the country. Room was well priced and only 20 minutes from our NCP car park

Located about 20 mins from Heathrow in traffic. No shuttle but call hotel to arrange taxi otherwise one way is 25 pounds. Excellent service and great staff. Good management. Rooms clean and upgraded. Restaurant on site with bar for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Nice lobby and restaurant decor. Good food at reasonable prices. Local shops and banks steps away. Busy industrial area.

Didn't seem to located in the area, car park was small and had to squeeze the car in. Liked that it was fully covered by cctv although it is £10 to park your car there. Staff were polite and customer service was good at the front desk. Room was clean, very small and but 1 night was certainly enough. Breakfast was served from 7am, we would have to eat and run pretty quick so we were in the restaurant at 7.05am and breakfast wasn't ready. One guy in t-shirt and trackies was bringing bits out one by one. Eventually got some food and the options were fry up under a hot lamp or cereal. I'm dairy intolerant so that was out. The fry up was bad, tasted very bland and greasy. Wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Polite staff and for the price of a good standard.... room very clean with good storage and a fair sized shower room. Bed was comfy but didn't take to the pillows, they lacked a quality feel. Stayed in room 118 which is at the back, nice and quiet. The only off putting thing is driving through an industrial area before reaching the hotel, however once there the experience far outweighed the concerns. If travelling via Heathrow and looking for an overnight stay, worth considering. Airport only 15mins away. Overall it did what it said on the tin .. would use again. Stayed her when we went to the theatre in Hayes, the parking was easy, not something that is usual in Greater London. The staff were very helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the chef very obliging, we asked if it was possible to have a meal at 22:30 and there was no hesitation in freshly cooking the items we requested

On our first visit to the Europe Hotel in BEST WESTERN Airline Hotel London Heath row recently we were astonished to learn that this modern luxurious hotel is actually over thirty years old! Recent renovation has added a state-of-the-art spa facility, and some of the public areas have had a make-over, but the sense of space and comfort, the majesty of the mountains and the serenity of the lake are as enchanting as ever. Some of the staff have been with the hotel for many years and their friendliness and efficiency together with the magical location and the elegant style and luxury made this a very memorable visit.

stayed many times in this hotel and never review, but it is a shame to say i will never stay again in this hotel. car park full when receptionist told a staff member to move car, he ignored. i was not sure who was staff because they all look casual with no name badges. bar man was with a jeans and a t shirt asked me at check in, are you coming for dinner, when i saw from the reception counter the states of the bar, decided to ignore. since my booking was work related, breakfast was included. morning walked in for breakfast, never seen something in my life, soggy bacon, i asked for eggs, guy who was in the kitchen with dirty clothes asked me how much? i had to wait for 10 minutes for bread, which was old and smelly. i decided to walk away, since i gave all my details to reception, asked manager to contact me, so far no one has contacted. never i will stay again.

I seldom write reviews, but could resist doing so for the people who made my short one-night stay such a delight. Because I was arriving late & leaving early, I booked this place because it was a Best Western & relatively inexpensive. Yet, everything about it was top-notch. Starting with the reception clerk and including everyone else I had contact with, I was consistently impressed by how enthusiastic they were about the establishment and its performance as well as their concern that I have a comfortable stay. The decor is simple, but it has good lines & an especially pleasing sense of proportion. I have stayed in 5-star hotels that did not have such a nice bathroom. This one is quite large, has elegant modern fixtures, & the bathtub must be seen to be believed - deep, long, & again beautifully designed. The restaurant (which apparently had just changed management) has an inviting menu & is very reasonably price. That staff also delivered excellent customer service. Perhaps it was because I was not expecting anything exceptional when I arrived at the AirLink, however, I can still not quite stop marveling at how nicely appointed, well staffed, and well run it turned out to be. I would definitely return if I am ever passing through Heathrow again.

The hotel has recently been renovated to a good standard. Beds comfortable, tea/coffee ( no Earl Grey tho)!!!Shower and Bathroom are all good quality. Parking on site (chargeable)Exceptionally pleasant and approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble, especially the barman.The owners were present and recommended some of the local Tibetan dishes which were lovely especially the "Momo". There has been a lot of attention to detail here.. Ideal for Heathrow airport.

I stayed 1 night at the Best Western Airlink Hotel. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome by the receptionist and the general manager. As the hotel recently rebranded as a Best Western hotel, I recevied a Best Western celebration muffin, which was a nice gesture. The hotel is well maintained and the room was modern and clean. I was especially happy about the spacious bathroom and the good night's sleep in the comfy bed. The hotel is quite near to the train station of Hayes & Harlington. The train ride to London Paddington takes some 12 minutes only. Hence the hotel is even a good location for sightseeing tours around London. The receptionist perfectly assisted me by planning my trip to Big Ben and the Tower of London. Hayes itself is a pleasant place offering numerous restaurants and bars at night. I would like to express my sincerest thanks for the excellent stay and I will definitely return.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The rooms are nicely renovated, the front desk staff are wonderful. Bryon went above and beyond to help make our trip special. The breakfast is good . If I have one negative comment it would be the dining room needs help. The food is only ok, definitely catering to the Indian clients. The servers need training, except for the one older fellow, he seemed a little more knowledgeable. The location is great, close to the airport. I recommend this hotel.

"Ideal for Heathrow"

We were meeting friends arriving at Heathrow. This hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from T4, it has on-site parking (limited, cost £10 overnight) and is very reasonably priced if booked in advance. The shops in central Hayes are within easy walking distance. All staff on Reception were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a room on the ground floor fronting the street, but it was well soundproofed and comfortable. The room was very compact, but clean and equipped with all the usual amenities you would expect. The only improvement I could have wished for was a walk-in shower, as I have mobility issues. There was a restaurant, next to Reception, which we didn't have the opportunity to use, but it looked attractive. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for Heathrow arrivals or departures.

This is a great hotel for Heathrow travellers. Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms, only a short train or bus journey from Heathrow. Cheaper too than some of the "airport hotels." I will definitely stay here again when flying from Heathrow.

"Loved it, however check in a little slow"

A friend and i stayed over night as we had to be somewhere close by the next day and couldn't be bothered with the rush hour traffic driving into London early in the morning. Reception area was very nice, and lovely décor throughout. Receptionist was freindly, however did take him a while to get us checked in. Was asking questions if we had paid ect, when reception should already know this. Room was very nice and spacious, had everything we needed and the beds where very comfortable. Was also very clean Shower was very nice and big, bathroom a little on the small side, but i think the big shower makes up for that. The only hotel service that we used which cost us £10 to use, nothing major and it is also CCTV covered. Will certainly return if we are in the area again.

My review is based on two criteria. 1. my impression of the hotel and facilities and 2. the personal experience which resulted from my having had a heart attack while a guest. The hotel is new and very clean comfortable and affordable . It is close to Heathrow and an excellent choice for travelers. Bonus of a full English breakfast rather than just the usual muffin and fruit. But more importantly, the help and kindness I received from the staff especially the manager Ishan Karu. Who went above and beyond to take care of everything when the paramedics took me to hospital directly from the hotel. Service like this is priceless when you are far from home and alone.

This place was a very pleasant experience. It's very clean and convenient, and the staff were wonderful. The man at the front desk named Aftab Khan was incredibly helpful and positive. My husband and I enjoyed staying here and if we come back, we will definitely stay here!

Very good hotel very pleasant girl on reception (Merilyn) she could not have been more helpful. Rooms had everything you needed even usb sockets combine with power sockets clean and tidy and although I had a front ground floor room there was no outside noise. Breakfast could have been better bit more heat in the food. Would I stay again. Yes

"Amazing Hotel and Wonderful Customer Service"

I have the privilege to stayed at this amazing hotel, its a 3 stars hotel but very modern. The room has all the necessary items fridge, air dryer, air condition, 45inch tv, car park and storage to keep all my family bags also safe to keep my important documents. As I travelled for both personal and business, I have been at a lot of hotels majority 5 stars and budget hotels but I can proudly say this hotel is value for money and the staffs are exceptional. I found myself re-booking this hotel anytime I'm in town because of the customer service compared to any great hotel. My little daughter loves this hotel greatly and she prefers to the most nearby hotel along Bath road. From the check in the staffs always give an exceptional service and always happy to help any time of the day, also happy to ask you if you need anything. It was nice to meet staffs that are happy to do their jobs and goes out to there ways to help occasionally. over times I had witnessed the wonderful staffs - Bryan, Silvio, Marilyn, Vivek and Carolina. I want to state this to anybody reading this post and you're considering booking this hotel - 'don't hesitate'

"Newly renovated, nice room, good breakfast n pleasant staff"

Stayed for one night upon arrival at Heathrow. It's not that near to the airport as even our Uber ride took like 10-15 minutes? But no worries abt that. THE GOODS 1. 24-hour check in 2. Very pleasant staff 3. Lift ;) 4. Beautiful room (quite spacious but not huge) 5. Kettle n coffee/tea making facilities 6. 4-wall plugs (or was there three?...) 7. Clean toilet n good shower 8. Has a bathtub!!! (Tho i didn't use it) 9. Breakfast is very good (scrambled eggs, low fat yogurt (tho i prefer the full fat stuff), hash browns, sausages, toast, coffee/tea/juice... owh... bulls eye eggs, some stir fried veggies) 10. Nearby to Hayes Harlington train station 11. Seems like a safe neighborhood THE BADS: .... can't think of anything, yet. :p owh!!! One thing. Booked thru Agoda (thru TripAdvisor). Wanted two single beds. Ended up with a room where the singles were combined to form a big double bed.

"You get what you pay for"

Basic, but fully equipped clean hotel in a good location. I was given a room with no windows without warning which wasnt a problem as I was only staying one night. Might be worth double checking what your booking especially when doing it through 3rd party sites. The only other thing I might mention is that after 9am it became considerably louder so sleeping beyond then would have been as issue had I not had to be up anyway.

"Terrible customer service"

Stayed yesterday. Staff at check in didn't seem to know what they were doing. Room ok. Woken by fire alarm at 6.50 this morning. Went down to breakfast. Food cold and sausages overcooked and dry. No staff around to complain to. When we went to check out rang the bell at least 10 Times. Girl only came out when the phone started ringing. She didn't even look at us until we eventually interrupted her. When I said the her customer service was not brilliant she just looked at me. Never going back.

Better than a London city hotel, this was our second stay - will always stay every time we visit London. 15 minutes from Heathrow airport and all request was made with no hesitation. Checked in to a new large room. Very clean modern and had all 5 star hotel service. "A really, really good hotel close to Heathrow Airport"

This hotel is northeast of Heathrow Airport, so is not on the flight path. This makes it ne of the quieter places to sleep around Heathrow. It is a few miles away from the airport, and I arrived by car in the dark. You really do need a good map or sat nav to find it easily. The hotel is now in partnership with Best Western, but there were no Best Western signs. It was lit up by deep red lights all the way around the building. There is a small parking lot which is locked at night - they said it was 10 pounds per night now. I elected to park in the city car park right next door, which is free from 6pm to 8am. The hotel is only a couple of years old, and I was amazed at the quality of the construction, the fittings and the furnishings. It really is a very luxurious place to stay. The room was large, and the bathroom huge. I was very impressed with the solid wood doors and solid wood furishings. Very stylish and modern. The result is that the sound roofing is very, very good, so a good night's rest is assured. Good wifi reception and very helpful staff to. I did not stay for breakfast as I had to catch an early flight, I would definitely recommend this hotel over all the overpriced hotels closer to the airport.

"Super Unhelpful"

I booked this hotel via a website, The Photo is flattering and when I turned up I had to check it was the right place, The Receptionist was stone faced, miserable and not very helpful at all. My Booking had not worked and even though i had a printed off voucher and an email confirming it and the agency called the hotel when i was there the answer was " we don't have any rooms there are other hotels why not go to them" . I will be in this part of the country every week for two days for the rest of the year so that is a lot of money that this place is never going to see. They also charge parking that was not on the site either... if this is Best Western then its not a great advert for the brand

"Great place and great staff"

The property was located is in the midst of a vibrant & diverse community with lots of shops, restaurants & stores in walking distance. Great staff, particularly Bryan & Silvio made the stay even better. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Make sure to catch the heathrow connect trains for a cheap way to get to & from the city center.

"Excellent value - lovely new rooms, secure car park"

I stayed here to attend an evening event in London, and chose this hotel because it had free parking. The car park is secure - after a certain hour (not sure when, it was locked when I returned from my evening out) the car park gates are locked - which is reassuring. The receptionist came out and unlocked the gate for me promptly, and stayed until I parked my car. This is reassuring. The room was really nice - good quality furnishings, obviously very new, stylish, and I had a great night's sleep. I didn't sample breakfast in the morning, so cannot comment on that, but breakfast was included in my rate. I will definitely stay here again - I would expect to pay more for this hotel.

"First restful stop before the big city"

It's what you'd expect of an airport hotel, but exactly what you'd need after a 12 hour flight. If you're taking public transportation it can be a little out of the way from Heathrow, but I can't think of better way to get to know English public transportation. A short bus ride from the airport to a train and very short walk from the train station. It's not too difficult a trip with luggage. Just keep in mind that at the train station there will be stairs with no elevator so be prepared to carry what you bring. It shouldn't be too far a drive in a taxi. My travel buddy and I stayed the night here before we started out month long study abroad program and we're happy to have full sized beds and a good sized room and clean modern bathroom before we went to live in a student hostel. Sheets and room were clean. The room has a nice big TV and is safe. We arrived early and were able to have our bags saved while we explored Hayes, and even found some good pizza too! They also offer a free continental breakfast (juice, coffee, pastries, and yogurt) which was really simple but a good start to a morning of moving from one hotel to another. The hotel is located near a grocery store and a short walk into the main part of the town where we found a 99 pence store and a McDonald's. I won't recommend this hotel for your actual stay in London because of how far from central London it is, but it's an ideal location to either start your trip or end it because of the proximity to the airport and to public transportation.

"Short but nice stay"

Just looking for the least expensive place near the airport but very glad I found this place. It has a nice staff and accommodating staff. Clean building with good wifi. The shower was very nice which is important when traveling. Close to the airport (15-20 min bus ride) but since it's not actually at the airport, there are restaurants and things near by in the neighborhood.

"Disappointed"

This hotel is fairly new but have taken short cuts and used builders that have no sense. The curtains looked good but how do you pull them when a bracket in the way. Food all Muslim. The area was not good if you are non Muslim. All cafes bars and eateries where Muslim. Very good area if you are a Muslim but not for me.

"Newish hotel, bad location"

Part of a group staying overnight. Outside appearance good. Room looked good, clean. Bathroom spotless appearance. However, we had no hot water in the evening, although there was some the next morning! The breakfast was not very good, hot food poorly cooked, looked as if it had been under a hotlamp for quite a while. Not a vast amount of cold stuff to choose from. Our bedroom faced the road and we found there was a lot of noise, from Heathrow Airport, and lots of street noise from locals. All in all, a disappointment for us, after a long day of travel.

"Good value Heathrow area hotel if you don't mind the bus ride."

We used this hotel for an overnight Heathrow layover. It's about a 20-25 minute bus ride on Route 140. Very nicely decorated and furnished contemporary spacious room. Nice breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bar and restaurant being renovated as it is being turned into a Best Western, I believe. Hayes town center a block away, where there are shops, restaurants and pubs. Would stay there again, for an overnighter.
