Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by either Amanda P. Or Carolyn or both. Easy check in even though a large car show and other events going on simultaneously. Room well serviced and bathroom stocked with extra towels. Very nice and thoughtful room attendant Billie to freshen up your room each day. There is no complimentary breakfast but it is very worthwhile to buy the $5 breakfast coupon that has 7 choices. The first choice on the menu for example has 2 eggs, 2 thick bacons or sausages, hash-browns and 2 toast. All above with choices. All for $5 !!!!! Liz is the very able and competent dining room manager to help along with Opie and others. A bar and casino and other amenities await you.

Restaurant service is slow and disorganized. The food is good and waiter is nice, but they take forever to being you the food . It's actually pretty ridiculous how slow this place is . Want faster service go elsewhere, I will be .

We spent two nights in this hotel as part of a tour group. The beds were okay, but the pillows were small square lumpy mounds fit for the back of an old VW hippy bus. The bathroom was so small that if someone closed or opened the door while you were on the toilet, they'd break your kneecaps (and I'm short). The hotel is filled with lots of large, loud groups that congregate in the halls. Teenage girls occupy the public restrooms, sit on the sinks, etc. We went out from eight to five, and when we returned, our room had not been cleaned. But the worst thing is the food. Powdered eggs at breakfast, frozen muffins served unthawed, and the chef refuses to hear your complaints. And what's with long, complicated WiFi password? There are no USB ports, and very few outlets.

rooms were very clean staff was very polite and helpful plenty of rooms for the convention although they did not serve a continental breakfast they had a small restaurant on location that was available.

Great place to stay and relax with family. Full service, sports bar, casino, indoor pool with atrium gardens. Great service and kids loved it. Sports bar serves amazing food. Rooms were very clean and larger than normal. Several other families there and all looked to be having a great time.

this is a beautiful hotel with the French quarter and pool, but what makes it truly outstanding is the amazingly, wonderful Staff that would always go above and beyond what they need to!!! and for a conference like we had it is a pretty great challenge... I was so impressed!!!

"Birthday stay"

We stayed here on A month long road trip. This place has 231 rooms and easy to get lost. We ate in the Casino for dinner and in their restaurant for breakfast. You can purchase a voucher for a sit down and be served breakfast. It was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I would stay again.

We have stayed here many times, primarily when flying to and from Great Falls. Airport shuttle is so helpful. Staff is always welcoming. Amanda at the front desk is on top of her game! Upgrades and thank you points are so much appreciated! Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Check-In Staff were wonderful and accommodating, very friendly and great sense of humor. Switched up rooms to allow for our two families to have adjoining rooms. Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing! Enjoyed spending time in the bar/casino as well.

The hotel is very accessable from the freeway, The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds. We had rooms with patios on the swimming pool, extremely nice to enjoy a drink and relax. Breakfast coupons to help pay for breakfast. Accsess to very good restuarants close by.

Lately I have been travelling quite a lot. through this experience I have discovered finding places to stay can be a challenge. I found that Best Western is consistently good. The Best Western Heritage Inn was very similar to other Best Westerns . I find them Clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I find the consistency very reliable and the BW Signs I keep an eye out for as I am traveling and looking for a place to stay.

Spacious room and comfortable sleep. Friendly staff, dinner and breakfast on site. Great burgers and assorted beers to choose from in the sports bar. Full breakfast served in the restaurant. Pool and workout room available also.

Clean and comfy rooms, friendly and helpful personal, relaxing pool area. They also have a shuttle service to the airport (free) and to other locations around town ($10). Casino and pub join the hotel and they have a breakfast ($5) deal for their guests.

"Great hotel but has lowered itself by hosting birthday parties by the pool"

When booked we asked if any birthday parties. They said they do not allow birthday parties by the pool when we booked. This is the second time this happened two birthday parties by the pool with lots of non paying quests. This a great hotel with an amazing atrium with the pool but when it is overcrowded with children attending birthday parties it takes all the benefits of having a poolside room away. We called manager of the hotel last time but he did not return our calls. I hope with posting this we will get a response and changes to this great hotel.

We have stayed at this location many times over the years. It has a good restaurant, is pet friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel is getting a bit old and perhaps it is time for some improvements and upgrades. It has friendly staff that are most helpful and efficient.

"Long Weekend In Great Falls"

Flew into Great Falls to see an old friends and attend his wedding. The staff at this location is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is about 10 minutes from bye downtown area where there is good food and fun. There are a few places to eat and shop at within walking distance of the hotel, including the onsite sports bar and video casino. I recommend the Celtic Cowboy restaurant when you're visiting Great Falls. The food is very tasty and the service is excellent. All in all, this hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Great Falls.

The staff is really nice and very helpful they made it a pleasant place to stay. the brunch and sports bar was good, and the pool is amazing. We like the art on the wall and how they brought the outdoors into the indoor pool area.

I stay here twice a month. The service is excellent and you are always greated with a smile. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is awesome and the dinner is always spot on. I love relaxing in the bar, they take great care of you, the girls there are fantastic at what they do!!!

The service was good. I haven't stayed here since the 1990's when they had 2 pools. The luxury of that era seems to have faded. The rooms have been nicely updated, and it was quiet even with a poolside room. I feel like this hotel has better days, but I can appreciate it for its quirky historical and western flavor.

We stayed for two nights. This hotel is clean and comfortable. It has a wonderful pool and hot tub. The best draw of this hotel is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful, as were all residents of Great Falls that we had the privilege to speak with. We enjoy spending some time at casinos, and this hotel had several within walking distance. We went to the Max Casino, which is the one within the hotel, and the best part of the casino is the super friendly staff.

Everything was going good until our second night stay when the room next to us had their kids bang on the door and walls and throw a ball up and down the hall way. We did talk to them to keep it down but it kept going on until 10:30 pm. We have a 1 1/2 year old so imagine the stress.

The room was quite large, quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. I really appreciated having a coffee centre, mini fridge and microwave in the room. There was a fitness centre and a nice pool in the hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The $5 breakfast was well worth it! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

This is a good spot to stay enroute to wherever. Restaurant is actually the Sports Bar but the food was excellent and the service friendly. My room although dated was clean and large. The fitness room was good. A pleasant interlude from the highway.

"Brand is going down hill"

So we made a reservation on linehad a 500.00 BW gift card. Unbeknown to us when you book on line they auto charge your credit card and you cant use a gift card. However when we checked in we were told to present our gift card on check out and they would reverse the credit card charge. NOT so. We spoke to hotel staff and the BW call centre in Phoenix and each person we spoke to told us a different story. On check out we asked to speak to the general manager of the hotel who did nothing for us. They use the excuse that each hotel is independently owned and operated but my argument is it's a brand and there has to be some brand regulations. Get your act together BW. When you book on line you're actually using a travel agent. This was pointed out by the GM who did nothing for us. He asked what we would like, and we said back out the credit card charge and allow us to use the gift card which you refused to do

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and free parking while gone on flight. I have always enjoyed staying here, shuttle to airport is excellent as well. Pool and hot tub could be a little improved. I will use this hotel again.

Our stay was short (one night). It was a busy night so there was lots of activity, making the hallways a little noisy. The bed was comfortable (although the pillows could be a bit bigger) and the pool was clean well lit, warm and clean. The breakfast was average ($5 if paid for in advance). It wouldn't be a place I would spend a weekend or a long haul stop but it was good for a night.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Checkin/Checkout was a breeze. We were travelling with small dogs and the room had good access to the outside. Comfortable bed. The only downside is that breakfast is not included in the room rate. You can buy breakfast vouchers for $5.00 and the voucher breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were very good.

We picked a room by the pool for our son. It was a good choice as it was right out the door. There was a beer event in the hotel the first night we were there.It was all quiet by 11. The hotel even left the pool open till 11. The only complaint was that in the pool area was glass. Our room was clean and comfortable. Not enough plug ins or usb ports to charge things. Beds are a little harder than I like and woke up with sore hips. There was hardly any parking due to the event but the next evening it was fine. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here many times over the past several years and will continue to do so. The location is great and the staff are friendly. The food in the lounge/bar is excellent. We miss the free breakfast but the $3 credit is appreciated. (Gold Crown Members). Free shuttle to airport. Beds are comfy.

I thought Seniors according to BW had breakfast included! Why not just add the $5.00 each to the room charge instead of nickle and diming us! According to my record I didn't get my rewards points when the front desk said they would put them on!

Overall this is a good hotel. It is clean and the staff is very helpful. I did find the room a little warm and could not get to as cool as I would like it for sleeping. I had a problem with accessing the internet but a staff member came and helped very quickly.

Nice clean hotel close to town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and the service was great. I was there on a conference and they took good care of us.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Bathroom clean. Lots of towels, etc. Easy to adjust the temperature. Staff attentive to customers, very friendly and helpful. We always look for a Best Western Plus. Can't go wrong.

A large, busy hotel in Great Falls on our route south. Well located and easy to reach from the Interstate. Not too many restaurants close-by. Room was comfortable and clean. We have stayed here before and will return. Easy access to vehicle parking.

We stayed at the Best Western Heritage Inn for one night while traveling through Great Falls. We were very comfortable, we had a good bed, the room was clean and nicely decorated. That particular night the Inn was very busy as there was an event going on, however once we were in our room it was very quiet. We had a great nights sleep and felt very rested, ready for the next days drive.

Upon checking in were advised the hotel would likely be noisy, as they had a large group. Our room was so quiet, that we never heard a thing. Rate was reasonable and staff very helpful. Easy access off I-15.

Always try to stay at a BW wherever I go..hints...request a room away from the stairs...nice hot tub...indoor pool...bar..casino....bar food...excellent semi parking close places to eat and throw some go go juice in your car

As a loyal BW customer for years to the point I have been "Diamond Elite" for the last 8-10 years I have to say I have no idea where this hotel gets a "plus" rating! I have stayed in many BW "plus" hotels and this certainly isn't one of them! It's old and in need of a makeover, poor sound insulation between rooms and no breakfast included ...(you do get a $3 discount coupon for the restaurant however). I will continue to stay at Best Westerns but WILL definetly avoid this one! Very disappointed in Great Falls!

The property is an older one, but we are in the midst of a property improvement that will be changing a lot of the older aspects of the hotel. Old property. 1) if you book online, the staff will NOT even consider a complimentary upgrade. 2) you may end up in a room that has a window facing an entry hallway. Be sure to ask, since the desk clerk will not inform you that is the room you are getting assigned. 3) be aware that in the casino, the glass your drink is served in might be dirty. The waitress will look at it and say "hard water stains". 4) kitchen closes at 10:00. You probably will not be informed of this fact, and might be thinking of getting something to eat with your drink. 5) a breakfast voucher costs $5.00. there was no mention of a complimentary breakfast. There are MANY other properties in great falls to choose from. Thus property does NOT live up to "best Western plus" whatever that means.

The only hotel in our 16 day USA trip that was uncooperative in assisting with rebooking due to a date mix-up with Expedia. In the last few days of our trip, we made some booking mistakes in that the days were mixed up - some of these were non-refundable bookings. We worked with Hotels and Expedia to sort most of these out, understanding that there would be small fees on some. The only hotel that absolutely refused to assist us with correcting this was Best Western Plus - Heritage Inn in Great Falls. We frequent Great Falls on numerous occasions throughout the year and promise ourselves never to book with a Hotel that refuses to help out their customers when booking mistakes are made. Scratch this one from our list for future bookings!

The staff was awesome. The bar is awesome. The restaurant was awesome. I really enjoyed the suite, as I stayed 7 nights. There is a kitchen and a washer/dryer in the room. I have a couple of complaints. The kitchen had no can opener, no knives, no kitchen utensils and no kitchen rags. That being said, the bed is very comfortable, it was quiet despite a conference going on and the staff was awesome. I will stay again when in town.

Never again will I stay at this dump. An employee was screaming at someone trying to check in and acting incredibly snooty. It's a best western not a four seasons. VERY unprofessional. I'll never stay here again and I recommend you don't either. Shabby rooms, bad breakfast, just awful!

Stayed on first floor king. Motel was clean, very accommodating friendly staff. Room was well appointed with fluffy towels, plenty of warm water :) the small pillow gnome had visited here also (the only disappointment) room was larger, had mini fridge, micro, coffee machine, etc...The steakhouse was located on site and is a must try Great Angus steaks. The hotel offered a wonderfully diverse $5 breakfast. Literally made to order as well as fresh coffee. The wait staff at breakfast were pleased to serve you. Had an amazing oasis in the middle of winter, by atrium hot tub. Had some construction on site for an elevator and the work crew had cleaned up well after themselves. Would recommend highly. Close to International Airport and a close drive to Glacier National Park, Blackfeet Nation and Canada.

The Heritage Inn is our absolute favorite place to stay. Stayed there on Sunday night on the way home to Canada. We have been travelling through the U.S. for awhile and probably had about a dozen stays at inns and hotels. Our experience at Heritage Inn was perfect. Liked that we didn't have to leave the premise to eat dinner as there was a bar /lounge casino. Wholesome breakfast in the restaurant next to bar and staffed by a wonderful young man and lady. The lobby area is large with a fireplace and comfortable couches. Nice touch are the decanters of infused water. Very refreshing! We found our room to be spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Probably the most comfortable beds on our trip. Kudos to the management and staff for making our stay stand out as the most enjoyable and comfortable. Every staff member there was very welcoming. Job well done.

The Best Western at Great Falls is very convenient off I15. It's very close to shopping, restaurants and gas. We drove to the historic downtown 10 minutes and found a 50s diner. We didn't get the $5 breakfast cuz we were in a hurry but saw the menu and it was a great deal. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay there again when we drive thru. The staff was very friendly and helpful and easily moved our room when we requested a 2nd floor room.

I am a Diamond Select Best Western member. Top tier. I've had several issues with this hotel in the course of my stays and nothing seems to change. Usually a property takes on the attitude of its senior staff / management. I fill out surveys and nothing seems to happen other than lies and lip service from this location. I will be phoning Best Western Corporate to bring my concerns to a higher level as the on site GM is clearly arrogant and ineffective in his role. I have been directly lied to by the staff at this location on multiple stays so BEWARE. Their promises mean NOTHING.

Rooms are awesome, staff is great, amenities are superb, atmosphere is tremendous. This is a great place to stay. We loved how the staff treated us, right from the start when we had trouble with my card checking in. The next day one of the cleaning staff checked on the room and we weren't ready to leave for the day and said things were fine anyway and we didn't need service. We finally went out for the day and when we returned the room had been made up.

The stay room and checkin/our process all were excellent. My issue is not having a comp breakfast and their stupid voucher for 3$ off. Why not give the discount regardless and not require me to to deal with it.

Only stayed one night and didn't utilize all the amenities but would recommend this hotel based on overall experience. Super friendly front desk staff and awesome shuttle driver! Christmas decor was outstanding!

Warning folks, they want another $5.00 each for breakfast. It is no longer included. Quality of toiletries etc was equivalent of what you might expect at a cheap hotel. Everything else was average. Many other hotels offer equally as much.

Very good but always room for improvement. We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. My only complaint that it is quite sprawled out and so often end up some distance from lounge and casino. For the most part it is pretty quite except toilets make quite a noise when toilet is flushed

Handicapped room was clean and laid so there was lots of room to get around, and roll-in shower was nice. It also has a lounge where you can relax and eat, drink or gamble, without leaving the building, a nice factor if you're in a wheelchair. Maggie N.

The hotel staff and rooms are wonderful! My first impression of the hotel was a bit messy when it came to the check in process. The staff I came across were exceptionally courteous when it came for me to make my reservation online to use my free night stay. They let me book it on my laptop when I walked in. With the check-in, the gal was super fast at giving me directions towards my room since their property is GIGANTIC! So I was confused, and she didn't inform most of the amenities that the hotel has to offer. The room itself was very nice! Super clean, I didn't have any problems with the bed or sleeping wise. The breakfast is really good I was quite impressed. They serve breakfast in a restaurant that is inside their hotel. Make sure to purchase a VOUCHER if you like breakfast. I learned out the hard way since I wasn't informed either about how breakfast worked. Overall, I enjoyed my stay besides the couple of hiccups that were along the way.

Excellent stay in Great Falls while awaiting an early morning flight. Motel staff was very friendly, room was clean, price was right, airport shuttle was excellent, and parking was free for 10 days. Very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend this motel.

When pulling up to this hotel we weren't sure how great it would be but we like to stay at Best Westerns. The outside needs a bit of love but everything was great. The food was awesome and a nice atmosphere in the lounge

Very clean and well kept up. Front desk staff efficient, friendly and helpful. King bed is so comfortable. 2nd floor rooms overlooking the pool and hot tub were great! Some reno work being done in hallway was a minor gripe, but kudos to BW for keeping up with the overall maintenance and appearance of this older hotel. Breakfast was very good - if you are a BW member make sure you ask for breakfast vouchers. Will stay again!

This property is big, lots of rooms, restaurant and lounge, decent fitness room, conference center. Nice pool and hot tub area. Lots of update work being done. Close to the airport less than 10 minutes away.

This Best Western definitely looks dated from the outside and in the big ballroom/conference space. However the rooms seem fresh and somewhat recently remolded. Not really anything wrong with the room but it also didn't have much of a wow factor either. The bed was comfortable, the tv had plenty of good hd channels. I did find the onsite restaurant to be a bit lacking. The food seemed like reheated remade stuff at breakfast time and the prices reflecting something of a much higher quality. We went off site the next morning for breakfast.

Pleasant surprise on a late night stay in Great Falls. Rooms were clean and comfy. hot tub and pool were excellent, very tropical them with trees and plants surrounding the pool area. Bar located in the hotel area, had cold beer, lots of TVs and Vlts.

My husband and I stayed two nights at this hotel with our granddaughter In October of 2017. We had previously stayed at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Great Falls, but were told this hotel had a nicer pool so we decided to give it a try. We did indeed find the pool area to be much nicer than La Quinta, but the rooms were not nearly as nice. This BW has tremendous potential but seems very old and in need of renovation. The room was dark, dingy, and just OK. Cleanliness was mediocre, the beds not too comfortable, linens average quality, and bed skirts badly worn. But the biggest problem was the heating system! The first night we stayed there the room was so hot and the thermostat did not seem to work. We called the front desk and they said the only solution they could offer was a fan. They brought us a fan which helped a bit but we were still too hot all night. We had a different room for the second night and requested one with proper heating and cooling. Again it was too hot. By turning the thermostat all of the way to 50 we got it to cool a few degrees (maybe to 70). Despite these problems, the shining star of this hotel is the HUGE atrium/pool area. It's also in need of renovation but we still loved it. It's so huge that dozens of trees and plants grow there. Two trees meet in the middle over the pool, providing a wonderful ambiance for swimmers. There are many tables surrounding the pools, and on the opposite side, (but connected to this pool area) what appears to be a huge ballroom or conference room area. When we were there the hotel seemed to be at about 10% capacity so most of this space was empty. There is a wonderful bar area right next to the pool but it was not open. There was a jaccuzzi and small sauna as well. The temperature of the pool needs to be warmer. The jacuzzi was a nice temperature and well situated but the water level was strangely low. Many rooms open out to this pool/ballroom area. Strangely there were a variety of door types from the rooms, creating a chaotic look, and one of the rooms was even boarded up. Many of the sky light panes above the pool are white instead of clear and need to be replaced. Strangely there were a few artificial plants mixed in needlessly with the beautiful live plants! We hope those will be removed as their live plants are thriving and lovely and the fake ones distract. They installed artificial bird sounds coming from the trees - this does work well. It's at a perfect volume level and frequency level and makes the whole area more enjoyable. We did not go to the casino or restaurant or try any food there but the cookies in the lobby were delicious. We hope that this hotel will be renovated and modernized. It has the potential to be a high quality hotel with one of the best pool areas we have seen.

The room was clean and large enough with the king bed. Busy weekend so check in took a bit, but gave a complementary breakfast voucher. Breakfast was good even being so busy. We had a meeting the second day so ate in hotel sports bar. The service was good and food was good. Overall our stay has been nice.

"Poor hotel"

This is an old motel/hotel. I love Best Western Hotels and stay at a lot of them, but will not use the Great Falls location again. The hotel is old and run down. The luggage cart won't fit in the tiny elevator, plan on taking the stairs unless your room is on the one side with the only elevator. Staff is unfriendly. The computers were down and couldn't give a receipt. On top of that, when I called back to get a receipt, they charged a $50 pet fee and I didn't even have a pet. They refused to fix it when I called back.

The BW is an older hotel but very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities. The hotel provides a $3.00 discount coupon for breakfast as opposed to a free one. The Casino/lounge has a sporty type atmosphere which was fun on Sunday and Monday night football.

We did a quick trip to Great Falls for shopping and relaxation. As usual our stay at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn was great. We always get a poolside room as we love the outdoor space it gives us for our room. We enjoyed free cookies in the early evening as well - a nice touch. We'll be back for sure. Now if the Canadian dollar would get up more we'd come back sooner than later!

Good check in experience and rooms are good with average amenities. When we stayed the hotel was having some sort of youth conference and as a consequence the noise level was pretty bad with kids making noise in the hallway most of the evening. We were forced to open our door and ask them to quiet down several times. We wanted to eat at the in house restaurant for dinner but it was packed so we got to go at the Dairy Queen across the street. The service and breakfast Manager at the hotel restaurant were excellent and that lady is a star!

Upon initial drive up I thought "Oh no, what did I do" The building looks very old...like 1950's or something, and the design/layout is kind of odd... but the rooms are updated and clean/nice. You will get no breakfast included like most Best Westerns offer, but you can pre pay $5.00 for a breakfast...just thought it was kind of weird.... Maybe they just have no room for a comp breakfast with their huge casino and bar? Anyway, the room was nice, the staff was nice... I give it a solid "Meh"

This is the motel I choose when in Great Falls. I don't even consider another. It isn't centrally located, but it is located conveniently. The restaurant is also fine. They do enforce the quiet time at 10:00 PM.

Spent 2 nights recently while visiting friends in Great Falls. Had a minor problem during check-in. We had requested a King ground floor room as well have a service dog in training, but they had assigned us a 2nd floor room. After bringing this to the clerks attention, she was able to reassign us to a ground floor room with 2 queen beds. The queen beds were not important to us, but having a ground floor room was. The room was clean and on the backside of the hotel. The surrounding area is not very attractive, but this is not the hotel's fault. Parking lot and grounds were neat. Appears this is an older hotel, but has a great area for receptions and conferences. The indoor swimming pool area was beautiful (reminded us of CSI New Orleans) with a strong chlorine smell, but was noticed outside the pool area. The hotel only offered coffee for breakfast, but did have a $5 meal available at the attached restaurant. Wished they would offer muffins with the coffee as we are light breakfast eaters. We did have the $5 breakfast the 2nd morning there as we were heading out. The food was good, but the waitress appeared by be overwhelmed. We waited about 10 minutes to be sitted after having her pass us numerous times on the way to the kitchen and not even an acknowledgement that she saw us. We spent one afternoon in the attached bar/casino eating and watching football games. The waitress was very nice and the food was good. The Happy Hour specials they offer all day Sunday were great! Would stay at this hotel next time we're visiting the area.

The hotel has not changed much in the last 15 years and could use an upgrade to the lounge and room décor. Overall its okay for a quick stay. I only stay here for business and elect other hotels in Great Falls for non-business related.

In a huge hurry to check me in. Didn't care that I wanted credit for my stay as a BW Rewards member. She said she would "look me up" but didn't write down or enter my email. The room had a strong odor of peanut butter each and every time I entered the room. I like PB but not as an air freshener!

Reviews suggest this is a good hotel and many features of it are good: rooms are well equipped and up to the usual Great Western standard[ staff were friendly and helpful. However I had a "Poolside" room. This makes the room very dark and it has a door opening onto the pool area. The surrounding area is not attractive.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We had a main floor room that had a patio door which led out to the indoor atrium, sitting area, swimming pool and hot tub! Had our supper in the lounge which allows children until 8 pm!

Our stay was 08/24/2017 The hotel van was at the airport when we arrived, we had not called just lucky timing. The driver (Alex ?) , was friendly. Our room was not ready and our motorcycle was at Big Sky Harley Davidson. The ladies at the front desk said we could leave our bags in the office and they had the driver give us a ride to get the motorcycle, this is great service from the hotel. The restaurant next door Beef O Brady's had good food for supper. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor. The waitstaff and breakfast at the hotel was good, the hotel gave us a discount coupon as we had not purchased breakfast with room price. I would stay here again. All staff we encountered had a great attitude.

The hotel is going downhill. It is obvious that upgrades are required. Room 230 is a small, stuffy room. We were moved but only after complaining. Our initial room was given to someone else. Sad since we had a guaranteed booking. Staff in the lounge were awesome and courteous, First exposure to check in personnel was cold and unwelcoming. Very thankful we choose to approach another individual who happened to be very responsive and kind.

Was here for a weekend with my sisters. The staff was excellent, our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The $5 breakfast voucher is a good deal. Missed having a nice outdoor place to sit

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Beds were ok, not new but good enough. It was unclear if breakfast was included, we missed it but not sure if it was because we were just late at about 9am or if it wasn't included. I would stay again.

The Heritage inn is in a good location with all the usual amenities near by for food and gas station next door. The price for the night was very reasonable and good amenities in the room including fridge and microwave. The pool is situated in a nice atrium along with the hot tub and sauna however we didn't get a chance to use as it was full of kiddies. We had breakfast but had to buy a $5 voucher which was fine but they need to be a bit more upfront when you check in . Overall a nice place to stay and very comfy beds !!

After a huge drive from central Saskatchewan I happened upon this oasis in Great Falls. I dragged myself out of the car, cleaned up, had a great dinner, excellent live music and slept like the innocent I'm not. Wonderful stop.

Would recommend staying elsewhere unless you want to gamble and drink at the casino. Had live entertainment which was good. More effort put into the Casino then the hotel. The staff was not very friendly. Very hard to find parking, the bar and casino takes a lot of parking up.

This hotel is an older property but very well kept up. Very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and easy to deal with . We had an option for a full breakfast, restaurant style or a $5.00 voucher for an abbreviated breakfast menu. We chose the $5 option and chose 2 eggs, choice of bacon or sausage and toast. This meal was served to us, not the typical "breakfast included" style where you have to stand in line and help yourself. Great value. Will stay here again.

Growing up we used to stay at the Heritage Inn as a Christmas treat - shopping in Great Falls and then swimming and fun at the hotel. We met family back here this last weekend, and I wasn't disappointed. There was a lot of area for the kids to explore, the cookies at the front desk was a hit, the pool area is fantastic, and the rooms fit us great. We loved the comfortable beds, and the quiet rooms after a long day.

Let's start positively. The pool area and the pool itself were one of the best we have experienced. In addition, the hotel staff (not to be confused with the restaurant staff) were efficient and helpful. And the room was generally comfortable even though not as clean as we have experienced with other BW properties. Now the not-so-great issues. First, the price was a bit higher than comparable properties, although not exhorbitantly so. Then the restaurant experience was a disaster twice. In the evening my wife went to the restaurant to get a menu and ask if we could have food delivered, and she was ignored completely. Then in the morning we purchased $5 "vouchers" as directed by the front desk. Then we stood in line waiting for a table for at least 20 minutes while observing several empty but dirty tables needing to be cleaned. Then when seated we waited for at least another 30 minutes before giving up and getting a refund for our vouchers. NOT a good experience.

Great hotel but would like to see the facility place customers with animals in one area. Did not appreciate the barking through out the evening and next day. We were situated with pool access so it was okay that we did not have to go back and forth down the hallway. Great information about tourist attractions and awesome shopping in Great Falls as well as an hour away in Helena.

Very nice people! The rooms are very affordable and comfortable. The bed was a great nights sleep!You must check out the restaurant! You actually get real mashed potatoes and real gravy. This stuff does not come out of a bag or box! Very yummy and very reasonable! Kudos to this hotel. We will definatley stay there again! High five!

Spent one night traveling through. Double room was large, clean, and beds were comfortable. Our room upstairs had French doors that opened to the indoor pool. Strong smell of chlorine upon entering the room. This room would be great for families with kids as there is direct pool access. Noisy until pool closes at 10. Elevator poorly located at back of property and so small that the luggage cart had to be maneuvered with difficulty to fit. Onsite pub was lively and food was good and reasonable.

This was my first time here. It's close to the airport so it's easy in and out but none of the noise. They have shuttle service past midnight. My late night arrival was greeted with a smile. They serve a nice breakfast. I'll stay here the next time I'm in Great Falls.

Other than the long walk from our room to the lobby this was a very enjoyable stay. Will ask for first floor and near the lobby next time. The breakfast restaurant was very good (order off the menu) and the dinner restaurant was very good also. No tubs of food like so many places.

I am a Rewards member that has been on a few business leisure trips this summer. My wife and I needed a get away from the home area. Upgraded to a pool side room and a perfect two days accomplished the mission. I would not hesitate to recommend the Heritage Inn to my friends and family.

Would never stay here again. We requested a quiet room and we're putting in a room over the pool. Kids screaming till it closed at 10 pm. Sheets had pills all over them. Felt like I was sleeping on scratchy muslin. Microwaves and breakfast was advertised. There was no microwave, and if you paid $5, you could get breakfast from a " limited" menu. The whole hall smelled like chlorine. It was musty and run down. We had to ask for a receipt. Sauna was out of order. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but it was a Best Western Minus.

This older hotel has been well kept but is in need of a remodel. Our room had a king size bed and wad clean. Shower water was hot and strong. Laundry had 3 washers and dryers and worked well. There was no free breakfast which was unexpected.

After having an absolutely terrible experience at one of the other chain hotels while staying in Great Falls with my daughter, Katie went out of her way to make sure that we had a clean, comfortable room. The hotel itself holds true to the good experiences that I've had everytime that I've stayed in a Best Western, comfortable beds, a good atmosphere, and a decent price. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Great Falls.

Really enjoyed this stop over. They gave us the AARP rate, a large and comfortable room with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, bath/shower and convenient parking. The room was clean, dark and quiet. Breakfast wasn't included, but I didn't ask for it. The menu good with lots of breakfast options, served quickly and food tasty. We even got an hour late check out so we could do laundry--a welcome benefit after a week at Yellowstone. Staff gave us maps for the area and a free newspaper. They also have an indoor swimming pool which contributed to the smell of chlorine, though thankfully not in the restaurant or our room. Great stay!

Overall the property is acceptable. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the front desk staff is not friendly or accommodating. It's too bad when the attitudes of a few of the staff color your entire experience.

Very clean room. Two of my friends and myself were on a motorcycle trip to the National Parks. After riding all day the pool was a refreshing experience. Room was spacious. Desk staff was very friendly. They even had a motorcycle wash station so we could wash our bikes. Five star. Would stay here again.

The elevator was clearly an afterthought, poorly placed, and so tiny it won't accommodate a luggage rack and a person. The hallway carpet is clearly shabby, and the entrance near the elevator is just plain bad, by the dumpster and maintenance shop. Not a welcoming entrance.

We chose this place because pets are allowed in the rooms and there are lots of grassy places nearby to walk our dogs. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable, though we did miss having a breakfast bar. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back next time we're in Great Falls.

The room was clean, well kept hotel but at $135.00 american and that does not come with breakfast I found this very expensive. Was not told when I booked room breakfast was not included.Upon check out i was shown a price sheet with different selections on breakfast choice's I could then purchase.

The hotel staff were excellent and qualified including very helpful. But the decor of building was not attractive. For as old as the building is, the price was too expensive. The carpets were old. The rooms were comfortable except the easy chair in the room - it was old.

Enjoyed our time once again in GTF at the Heritage Inn. George, our housekeeper, was excellent & friendly accommodating our R&R mode with 1:00 thorough room cleanings. Front desk staff are very nice with a sense of humor. Restaurant serves a wonderful $5 breakfast with a smile. Hotel is clean and neat. One thing I noticed that could be improved is the bed linens, they were pilled, so a bit rough. But all in all, this is the place we stay in GTF and will return again.

The hotel was clean, beds were good. I had 2 problems, we were a late check in after traveling a long hot day, so house keeping had already gone for the day. We had one traveler who needed extra pillows to sleep, so we called the office. They just said " we are out of pillows," highly unlikely, more likely they were just to lazy to go get some. My second problem was,,you now have to pay for breakfast. One of the reasons we stay at BW, comfort inns and higher end hotels is because breakfast is included. We did have a nice poolside room, a little cramped but nice, and good beds.

The pool area was immaculate; the water clear and heated perfectly. The live trees and shrubs lent an inviting and warm atmosphere. The chairs and tables in the surrounding space, were clean and appropriately spaced.

This hotel had all the amenities and has been totally refurbished. Close to the airport and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again and definitely recommend for sure! Great value!!

Nice hotel, easy access from interstate. Very friendly, helpful staff. We stay with Best Western every time we travel, and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Bar and restaurant attached, good food and service. Shopping malls in driving distance. Will definitely stay again.

I found this hotel to be outdated in need of upgrades. The room could have been cleaner, the mattress soft and sunken in the middle. The room had a coffee maker, and refrigerator. There is a sports bar with small casino with a few slots. The burger in the sports bar was good.

We stayed two nights while in town for an event. The hotel was very busy with a wedding and several groups and teams staying, but it always felt peaceful. Noise was never an issue during the entire stay. Tiffany and Marvin at the desk were very pleasant, and the room was super clean! We would definitely stay again.

Have stayed many times at this hotel over the years. We took the pool side room option, but never had time to use the pool. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel has some age to it but has been maintained very well. My first time staying thee was probably in the late 1970's as a kid.

Checked in on a Friday. Wasn't greeted as a BW reward member, but client service person was nice. He did make an effort to accommodate my request for a quiet area of the hotel where my family and I wouldn't be disturbed during the night or disturb anyone else. This lasted only one night, the next there were people running up and down the hall screaming and slamming doors past 10:30pm. Rooms were dated as well as amenities. This is not a BW "Plus" as other hotels. The age of the hotel plus the A/C use lead to an odor that was noticeable upon entry but nothing really to complain about, told reception at check-out. They didn't seem to care. Pool Area was nice, water was good temperature, except alot of kids and familys who stay in the hotel to have rooms in the pool court yard. It will be noisy past 10pm when the pool closes. Also be aware that most the kids will have no adult supervisor or have common manners when playing in the area. Food; Apparently there is a breakfast option here this hotel. We were not made aware of it, some guests were offered it but others weren't. Given this was a "Plus" hotel this should have been included as most other hotels in Great Falls offer something. Plus GF is not known for having any good breakfast spots, so it would have been nice to have a meal included. Food was good and service was ok. This was a family friendly hotel, and for a few nights it did its job. I wouldn't stay here past 2 nights, as there are better options, but if passing through or a quick family get away, this is an affordable option.

Older facility that has kept up with the times. Welcoming friendly staff. Updated rooms. Great restaurant and lounge. Off the beaten path so no highway noise. I remember watching the old Soviet spy thriller movie "Telefone" filmed in Great Falls many years ago. The movie's star Charles Bronson was filmed walking out of the front door of the Heritage. Still a great place to stay in Great Falls.

Where do I begin, being a Platinum rewards member I was not offered an upgrade on the 2 times I stayed here. Meh I can live with that, but when they refused to allow me to park my motorcycle under their awning different story. Every other Best Western I stayed at in my 2 week trip had no problem with it. The beds, did I mention the beds? Terrible. They need to be upgraded. Being in two different rooms was no better same bad beds. Rooms were outdated, drains were very slow to drain in both rooms. I wish I could say something better about this place but I really cannot. Oh wait I can, restaurant and lounge awesome food and service. I cannot recommend a stay here. sorry.

This hotel is a little older but very well maintained. Our room/bathroom was clean. We booked a pool side room which was nice in theory but the last couple of nights there were some obnoxious children playing in the pool. Which kids will be kids but it was an indoor pool which caused an eco.... thank god the pool closes at 10.... other than that our stay has not been unpleasant. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It's right off highway 15 and walking distance to a couple of places to eat.

Really resented the credit card verification charge without being told about it. It's BS anyway. I don't know if this was an oversize or not but when they ask for and get picture ID that verifies the card name what more is required. I have stayed world wide in the last year an at Best Westerns for years and only an American hotel did this. Shame.

Pet friendly but is apparent that pets have stayed there before with a deodorizer in the room. Stains on hallway carpets, and security entry door that does not work. Advertisement for an in house resturant that no longer exists. Large parking in rear for tow vehicles and city park near for pets. Adjacent casino for food. Near entrance/ exit for I15. Take US89 north instead of I 15 for a view of the Rockies, ending up on US 2 east of Glacier. 70 mph.

First off, I was not murdered in the shower nor is there a creepy hotel owner with an overbearing mother at this "Bates Motel" as it was referred to in an earlier review. The indoor pool area is a great little gem, a nice little atrium which is fairly calming. All in all the hotel is decent, a little out dated but still good. Staff is great and the restaurants give a lot of food for a fair price.

Wonderful experience. Clean rooms. Stayed in this hotel 7 of the last 15 nights. Great parking. On the short trip I was upgraded to a suite with a huge jetted tub. The Sauna is amazing. Really great overall experience. Try the Thai Citrus wings during happy hour! So good!!!

The rooms have a strong cleaning odor and the hotel is seriously out of date. The afternoon check in person was rude. I stayed here to catch an early flight and felt as if I might have done better sleeping in the car. The bed was uncomfortable and I slept in my clothes.

While checking in was "charged" for our room when I had prepaid. Then the room package was not what I had paid for. After trying to explain to clerk and showing her the actual reservations manger finally gave us what we paid for- or we thought. The room was in a corner across from the sauna and smelled and felt damp, the "included" breakfast was a " special" menu and you had to pay extra for anything worth eating! Horrible experience!

"I couldn't take a shower..."

I was very disappointed in my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Heritage Inn. When I first got to my room, I was shocked to see a large industrial fan running, I guess to dry the carpets. I didn't think it was that big of a deal - so I phoned the front desk to let them know it would be in the hallway. He apologized and told me a bellboy would be by soon to retrieve it. Not a big deal. The next morning at 6AM however, I went to get in the shower only to realize the handle for the water would not turn on at all. This was not user error - there was nothing coming out of the faucet in the shower. Sink worked fine, however. Instead of calling the front desk so early (and since I had to be ready and in lobby by 6:40), I just waited until I went down there to inform them of the problem. The gals at the front desk could not have been more rude. They were not helpful, did not offer an apology, or a reason as to why my shower was not working. When I asked if they could do something for me for this inconvenience, she asked if I called the front desk when the problem occurred, and that they couldn't do anything because I didn't call them and give them the opportunity to send up maintenance. In this situation - I informed them early in the morning, when I still technically had the room until 11AM check out. I would NOT have wanted a maintenance person in my room at 6AM anyways, and I had to be ready to go shortly after. It was very frustrating that they did not to offer to make the situation better. I was at this hotel for a work conference. I was very unhappy at the situations that happened, and assume it was something more than just the "carpets being cleaned" as to why I walked in to the carpet fan going in my room. Maybe there was a leak, and that's why the water was turned off as well. In that case, they should not have put me in a room that had maintenance issues. I appreciated the night staff and their helpfulness, but the morning staff at the front desk were very rude and unhelpful. Overall, I was disappointed in my stay. Especially as a part of a large group.

"3rd time not a charm BW Plus I think not."

I am a Best Western gold member and I was given room 133 when booking in advance. Window looks into a hallway not outside, you can hear the staff and guests outside smoking and talking all night long, room is just old and dated. Carpet dated and big cushion chair which (should be thrown out) dirty and stained. Mattress had a bad slop to one side. This is my third and last time to stay at this outdated hotel (that should not be a plus hotel). You can find much better value for the money (as I mentioned I am a gold member). Not sure what rooms people are getting to rate this hotel so high (or are they real reviews?) but third time in three different rooms and all the same result. Dated run down hotel that seems to think its a 5 star. Trust me I am a real review and I can't wait to see the generic response from management.

We stayed at the best Western Plus Heritage Inn in Great Fall Montana. We always stay at Best Westerns and we are always pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the great customer service. We were not disappointed. In fact the staff surpassed all previous staff we encountered. the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We really felt that they cared for our well being. In all it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is below Best Western standards I have experienced but is priced higher. It is showing it's age. Rooms can be noisy especially plumbing and running water noise transferring from nearby rooms. Management has also cancelled it's inclusive breakfast while maintaining a higher room rate.

Internet and tv both did not work! Pretty sad for the amount you pay to have nothing to do but sleep. Also we're charged extra for a service dog. Most places do not charge for service animals but this one hotel did after telling when I booked there would be no charge

Room had a funny smell to it. The free wifi was useless. I was able to connect to the wifi but not the internet. Staff told me they had updated the routers but were having issues. The restaurant for breakfast had excellent food. The staff were very quick. The lounge staff were extremely helpful giving us directions and suggestions of places to see. Food in the lounge was quite good. The hotel really needs to replace the carpets, especially on the stairs. Would I stay there again? Lets just say that next time I would more then likely try a different hotel.

We stayed once in August on our way south, and then again in October on our way back to Alberta. We checked in, with our dog, and it was easy and quick. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they love dogs. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was close to room. We will definitely stay there again on our next road trip, and recommend this hotel, especially if travelling with a pet.

Right away you would think that we're bias but you'd be wrong. This particular location cancelled their complementary breakfast. I didn't know that until after I rented the rooms. Yes, that was our fault but the breakfast is one of the best parts of being a member of the BW..

This is a very pleasant and quiet place right next the highway. There is a casino in the hotel and a nice restaurant. We had a very restful night with no noise from the casino. Great staff, good food and a very comfortable bed

I had a quick overnight in Great Falls prior to an early morning flight, I wanted something affordable, free airport shuttle, and near the airport (pretty much all Great Falls hotels are near the airport). Due to the holiday weekend the hotel was fairly busy. I made the mistake of booking a room adjacent to the large pool area. I would recommend the poolside rooms for families, for anything else request something away from that area. The poolside rooms have small patio furniture on the outside of the glass doors with direct access to the pool. While in theory this could be nice, outside of my room there was a few people chatting late into the night with little regard for those in the surrounding rooms. While overall a nice property, I think the hotel rooms are a bit past their prime. The lobby and bar/ restaurant have been updated within the last few years and are quite nice, the rooms on the other hand could use a proper refresh. As mentioned, the walls are very thin, and the bedding/ pillows weren't very comfortable. I've stayed at the BW Heritage many times over the years and will continue to do so. All things considered the value is good and a solid option for an overnight stay. As an aside I think in general the BW rewards program isn't as worthwhile as other hotel programs, however I still maintain Diamond status with the brand. As is often the case in Montana, loyalty goes largely unrecognized. On this stay I did not receive a "welcome gift" or a complimentary room upgrade (I don't think they have any upgradeable room inventory).

Had an excellent stay! The pool and hot tub were awsome and it was great to have poolside access. The beds were comfortable and there was a never wnding supply of nice hot water when you showered. Great place to stay with great rates.

Short notice overnight stay with my two teenagers. Received an excellent rate from an online third party source. Pool area is clean and lovely, the staff is attentive and very friendly, the rooms have adequate necessities, clean, and quiet. They had a few conventions happening that weekend so it was busy. But when needed, the staff was fast and accommodating. Check in and out is swift. Close to shopping, museums etc. Restaurant on site was also decent with friendly staff. Will know where to stay next time we visit Great Falls, thank you!

spent the weekend here...room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. the airport shuttle is terrific! so convenient and easy.casino attached if interested...had drinks in the bar after late flight which was nice. great restaurant beef obradys just across the road. (its great) am surprised no complimentary breakfast but coffee(hot and delicious) is available and the espresso bar has some breakfast goodies.

I went for a weekend shopping trip with my sister. This hotel is a great location and reasonably priced. The lounge attached is convenient. I would recommend staying there even though they cut out their discounted breakfast deals.

Stayed while on tour. The catered food served to our group from the kitchen was excellent. The hotel itself was okay. Reception was cursory. The room was hard to find - there are a lot of hallways going in different directions. Bed was okay. No plug-ins by bed. One luggage rack. Wi-fi never worked in room. Front desk response, "Oh, it must be down again." It did work in the casino, which was no help. The walls are thin and we could hear the conversations in the next room. Would not return to stay but would definitely eat here again.

"Don't be fooled by the nice lobby..."

This hotel's cleanliness and charm ends when you leave the lobby. My husband and I stay here once a year for a convention we have to attend and are always surprised at how little anything else has improved. The hallways are dark, carpets dirty in both hallways and rooms, stains on furniture... our shower waffled between blazing hot and ice cold, even though we didn't touch the dial. Our toilet ran by itself throughout the night. If you get a room by a stairwell (which there are many) you won't get a wink of sleep due to people coming and going all the time. Once, we heard a domestic dispute between a couple yelling at each other in the stairwell at 2:30 in the morning that went on for some time. Walls are thin. Bottom line, this hotel is dismal, dirty, and disappointing and I won't stay here if I don't have to.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The motel was in a great location, easy to get to sites that brought me to Great Falls, local restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was a bonus. The pool was great at the end of the day for exercise and relaxation. The price was was was good value. A special treat, the desk had freshly baked cookies in the late afternoon.

Stayed overnight and thought this a good value. There was a convention there so the casino was busy but still we received good service. Drinks were plentiful and the food was satisfactory. Our room was spacious and looked like some of the furniture was new. Good staff. The only this missing was the complimentary b'fast which most chains offer. Even a continental would be great. We did, however, have freshly baked cookies when we arrived. And the Inn is easily accessed from the interstate.

this hotel is a good place to stop for a night like we did on the way to and from Las Vegas. it has a pool and bar but there is a quiet wing in the hotel if you just want to relax after a hard day on the road. nice room, comfy beds and a good, quiet night's sleep at a reasonable price would make me come back again for yet another overnight stay !

This is a nice hotel. The room was large and included a refrigerator. The bathroom is tight but the towels are thick and fluffy. The shower could use better water pressure. They must have a water restrictor in the shower head. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were typical flat hotel pillows. There was a large flat screen television with over 45 channels. The maid service was efficient and showed up early each day. The main drawback to this hotel is the layout. It is designed in an "H" shape so be prepared to walk alot if you are in one of the outer wings. There are a lot of doors so if you have a car you can park closer to your room. The only dining within the hotel is a sports bar and restaurant but there is a Dairy Queen across the street and a Beef O'Brady's within walking distance. There is no room service but you can get take out from the sports bar and take it to your room to eat. The convention area is nice and good for a conference.

I was hesitant about staying here after reading reviews. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that the halls and stairways are in need of new carpet and paint. The room was a pleasant surprise after seeing the halls. It was a nice stay, comfy bed, quiet sleep and we could park out car where we could see it. I would stay here again!

Friendly and professional staff in all areas of the hotel. The night upon arrival, we were warned of a festivity that was going on in the conference room and that it may be loud until midnight. We had no problems with the noise level at all. Lounge/bar has great food, but be careful as their portions are quite large. Had fun playing the VLT machines in the lounge (keno, line games and poker). Great time!

For many years, we have reserved rooms for our high school soccer teams (4 teams, ~80 rooms) to stay at this hotel. We called 5 days ahead to reserve the open space in the lobby for our boys' teams to have dinner - no problem, and the person who answered even referred us to a pizza restaurant. Luckily, I called a couple of hours before pizza was scheduled to arrive only to have them turn us away and not offer any alternatives. Didn't I know they have a "drunk-fest" (her exact words...) scheduled that night and they took our space for that. Even after consulting with the manager and keeping me on hold for over 5 minutes, they took NO responsibility for THEIR error, offered no alternatives and they never apologized. We had no other option than to have the pizzas delivered there and figure it out on our own. When we arrived the space in the lobby was completely open - not one soul there. They still refused to let us use the space. After a heated discussion, she said we could use the pool area. But, of course, that was blocked off. When I went back again to talk to the extremely rude and unprofessional woman behind the desk, she said in a condescending tone, "go to the 2nd entrance". Why couldn't she have offered that in the beginning??? They were horrible, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never stay at this hotel again and will tell everyone I know about the horrific experience we had.

I have two small dogs but the room should still be clean. It wasn't and it stunk. The WiFi didn't work either. Decor was old, dated. No continental breakfast either. Never staying here again. The staff was friendly but they had a full house and couldn't provide a clean room. The restaurant was over priced for breakfast. Nothing special cost over $25 for two.

We stop here twice a year on our trip north and back south. The pool area is nice with the Palm trees with rooms adjacent (makes for a nice view. Restaurant is attached with great breakfast. Steve has always been our waiter and is great. Rooms are comfortable and clean with nice bath area. Have used the hotel shuttle a few times to get about town. Staff is always pleasant.

My husband and I stayed here on October 1, 2016. The hotel listed free WiFi as one of their amenities. Although we were able to connect to their server we were unable to use the internet. Others, apparently, reported similar problems to the front desk. We did use the computer in their business centre, but even that was exceedingly slow and outdated. For travellers relying on internet access via hotel WiFi, this hotel should be avoided until management demonstrates that their system has been updated and this problem has been resolved.

I stay at this hotel several times a years for business conferences. It is a great hotel for service and conferences but it is time to be updated. The decor is tired and worn. In the past I would have rated it higher because of the service. It is the best for larger conferences in Great Falls and should show more pride in updating its facilities.

We arrived and the desk clerk was friendly. She showed us to our room. The hall smelled old and moldy. She opened the door to our room and it stank of old cigarete smoke. We took one step into this room and said, oh NO, no way are we stayig in this room. She apologized and said she would change us to a newer part of the hotel. We walked into this "newer" part of the hotel. The halls here also smelled really bad of moldy old smelling. We walked into the room and at least there was no cigarette smell here. I said, well at least we will have a nice dinner in the attached restaurant. We walked down to this restaurant. It was dark and no one there. I asked when it opened for dinner. The desk girl (different from the first one) looked at me as if I was stupid and said "it is open". I replied that it was dark with no one there. Again she looked at me as if I was an idiot and pointed at the sports bar. The restaurant had been closed for dinner and was only open for breakfast. We went into the sports bar. It was noisy, freezing cold and uncomfortable. The menu was limited for dinner items. This was altogether a most disappointing visit to BW and I can assure you that we will NEVER stay there again.

We stayed here for two nights on our way to Glacier National Park. When our plans changed we called and reserved a night here again on our way back through. Excellent!! The beds were excellent. I have arthritis in my back and bring a foam pad along and often have to put it on the bed but this was not the case here.

Our first room (although non-smoking) had obviously been smoked in and smelled heavily of some time of air freshener that was intolerable. Front dest staff gave us another room without question or objection. One front desk staff frostily polite but definitely NOT friendly. We have stayed here many times and plan our trips for the middle of the week so we can enjoy the live entertainment in the casino lounge. We sat down at an empty table (it was very busy). Waiter saw us, cleared away the dirty glasses on our table but did not acknowledge us in any way. The waiter and two others brought food to a nearby table and stayed to chat with the customers. Each glanced our way and walked right by our table. After waiting for service for 15 minutes, we left the lounge and went elsewhere. We probably will not stay here again in the future. Disappointed because we always have looked forward to our stay here in the past and stay here specifically for the live music. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Much nicer than many 3* hotels we stayed in on our trip, and better price point.

You know the feeling you get when you walk into a hotel for the first time and the girl behind the counter gives you a sneer with a forced half smile? You just know that you will be given a "crappy" room regardless of how nice you are to her? Well, that is Best Western Great Falls. I walked up to a quiet counter, hotel is very very slow. She checks me in. Gives me a non-response when I ask her for food choices near the hotel. Then, as I had guessed, she gave me what is clearly the worst room in the entire hotel. Room 129. it is farthest on the first floor, 3 inches from the outside door in the annex where people park and stand to smoke. The room where you feel like people are trying to get into your room every five minutes all day and night because its almost outside. Yep. Girls, you will know what I mean about being a women, greeted by another women with a chip on her shoulder who is insecure. Now, did this girl know that I was the person in charge of scheduling a meeting at her hotel and that I was bringing more business to the hotel than just my hotel room? Most likely not but I can tell you this is the last time I will schedule a meeting at this location. This was solidified when I heard the same girl tell another guest they were nowhere close to full and many rooms still avail. Tell me, did I have to have such a horrible room with others avail..? Now, there were pleasent girls behind the counter working with her so it is not indicative of everyone but customer service training needs to hit everyone. Went to the casino connected to the hotel for a quick bite. Gentleman helping us was nice, a bit disheveled in appearance and not professional but nice and helpful. I ordered a drink from the soda fountain. It tasted like the lines had not been cleaned and had a funky mold taste. I took it back to him and told him I was returning it. He poured himself a drink from the same fountain, said "Tastes fine to me" and then walked away. BTW, he charged me for the soda anyway. Customer service now lacking in two spots of the Best Western. The strange part is that the housekeeping staff walks the hallways as if they are in highschool chatting and having fun in a group walking the halls. You usually don't see this. Groups of 5 or 6 staff chatting about their lives and what they are doing on the weekend (mind you, at this time they are not cleaning rooms or do not have any equip. they are clearly done for the day or on their break)....All their chatter can be heard from guests in their rooms down the hall. Third place that needs customer service training. I will say the meeting staff was pleasant and very responsive.The airport driver (a french guy now living in MT) was very pleasant too so all people were not bad. I would say the way staff behaves is a direct reflection of the hotels bosses and supervisors and I would hate to just let them off the hook saying "well, after all, it IS in Great Falls MT) like a colleague stated to me last night. No, I think customer service and the customer experience should be top notch, regardless of the part of the country you are in. Just don't expect to be wowed, and expect a lower level of service from any other hotel, or Best Western. Unfortunately for me, hosting people in for meetings at this venue, I was expecting more....

Booked 1 room, arrived late at night to be told they have no record of booking. They claim some screw up at "Booking.com" . Was offered "managers rate" for my room. Paid the bill - room was average. Found hotel charged my card twice. Three calls, messages, no response. Hotel is doing their best to bill my 2 x for one night. Absolute crooked corruption - AVOID this place at all costs!

We chose the Best Western because they are pet friendly. The night we stayed a convention going on there. We were way in the back hall. Two doors were closed off in the middle of our hallway so had to walk all the way to the end of the hall and and around to get to the front of the hotel. The pool area was beautiful with rooms that had indoor patios. The internet only worked part of the time.

Overall the hotel is an average property. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast is not provided. Finding your room can be a challenge. The rooms starting with a 1 or 3 are on the first level and the ones starting with a 2 or 4 are on the second level.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel after having spent several strenuous days of canoeing and camping on the Upper Missouri River. When we checked in, I asked the desk clerk to give us "the quietest room you have" - and she did! We spent 5 nights here - and every morning remarked on how comfortable the beds were and how quiet the hotel was. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating. We did not use any of the recreational facilities, but the pool area was very attractive and appeared to be well-used by a lot of happy families. The outfitter we travelled with on the canoe trip recommended this hotel to us, and we're very grateful to him for doing so. The pros - the linens are newish, rooms are reasonably quiet, and the pool area is quite nice. The cons - hallways are maze-like and dark, our nonsmoking room smelled stale and smoky, bathroom fan sounds like a Mack truck, lots of unsecured entrances, no free breakfast (which is pretty standard at Best Westerns), traffic noise. Very average value for the money.

This is a surprisingly big hotel, but you couldn't tell from the outside. There are many wings and 2 floors--probably over 100 roons. There is a large convention center--which looked like it was being prrpared for a wedding reception--and several meeting rooms. Behind that is a lovely Louisiana-style courtyard with rooms around the pool and jacuzzi. There are trees and vines around the pool and a raised balcony which could host a band. There's cafe/bar off the reception area and a bar/restaurant/small casino beyond that. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Was given a lower price when I booked, but because the fair was in town I paid way more then I expected. If I would of know this I would of stayed somewhere else or drove further to get a better rate. The person I booked with should of been aware of the price difference. The room we were given was also very worn looking I was very disappointed with this stay, this hotel is our choice when staying in great falls and has been great, just feeling ripped off.

I'm to the point of rethinking my stays at this Hotel, even though I would give every other aspect a high rating. In July I had my vehicle broken into and lost several thousand dollars of equipment. I was parked in a well lit area that stated it had camera surveillance. Come to find out the area had no cameras. In addition I found out the Hotel has very few cameras protecting it's guests, none in the Halls. In addition, the card key exterior doors do not work allowing any one to come and go as they please that are not guests. Now in August, I catch someone this time in the lot. I advised the front desk and they always apologize. With the very low cost of security systems, it is inexcusable for a quality Hotel to have this serious lack of Security. A week of monitoring by a security guard would probably catch the problem thieves.

Best Western has been my go to hotel chain for many years. The rooms normally are always clean, comfortable and an overall good value. The Heritage is "well used" with old fixtures, linen and poor cleanliness. We reserved a double, poolside room for 3 nights and I have to say I was really disappointed. Examples include mold in the shower, stains on the bedding and dirty hot tub/pool area. Also loud with screaming children up until 11 pm. Thankfully we were able to move to the Hilton Garden Inn with little price difference, superior amenities and wonderful cleanliness. This hotel is a great place for taking kids but not for for adults seeking a low-key, restful experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining experience brought the motel down. The food was not edible and there is no complimentary breakfast. The fitness center requires an extra card key. No views. Only the vacant disco ball floor was the view from the room.

This visit to the Best Western in Aug.2016 was very good !! We had a very poor experience in 2015 and I commented to the management shortly after we left last year. We decided to go back this year, based on the replies from the management team. We are very glad we went back. It appears all the staff have been either replaced or trained because the hotel staff was fantastic this time, NOT confrontational or rude like in 2015. The hotel restaurant staff was equally as good, fantastic service and quality of food, in 2015 we had issues with both staff and food quality. I highly recommend this place after our experience in Aug.2016. it appears that some great changes have taken place. This hotel has a great location with all the amenities that you would want. We will go back again and recommend to others as well.

Stayed here for several nights during a business trip. The restaurant and lounge was very good, especially the onion rings. Room was older but bed was comfortable and quiet. The pool area is nice and we did use the hot tub a couple times.

My wife and I stayed at the is Best Western in late July. We had a very large and comfortable room, and we found the staff very welcoming and accommodating. We missed the typical complimentary breakfast that has become the benefit of most motels of this kind, for they did not offer it. Other than the absence of the complimentary breakfast, this was a good choice for us.

This is a large hotel with many sections. A sign is on the counter that says they've been experiencing break ins. It was a decent place to stop to have a quick sleep. Seemed a little older. The lady checking us in was very nice. We weren't able to park near out quadrant of where our room was located. Casino attached to the hotel.

The rooms had a offensive odor (similar to strong cleaners) and the property is not safe with uncovered drains on the sidewalks. I injured myself by stepping in one. Most of the staff was pleasant until I filed an injury report, then I was treated differently. It was not a very good stay.

"Mixed feelings"

We stayed here based on starts given on trip advisor but have mixed feelings about our stay. Check in staff were good and breakfast staff were excellent. Once I got to sleep I slept well but the people we travelled with only had a few hours sleep. When we booked it we weren't aware that a 'dog friendly' hotel meant they had free run. There was a dog coming and going add it pleased in the corridor and another room across from us had a yappy dog all night. Another negative is the pool closes at 10 and with it in the middle of the hotel the yelling and screaming if the kids until 10:30 doesn't help you get to sleep when you have an early start. If you would like a good night's sleep look elsewhere

We stayed here in a poolside room, which seemed like a great idea. We arrived and thought the facility was nice, but soon realized there were kids parties going on and the whole pool area was a crazy mess. My son decided to brave it and not more than 5 minutes in the pool a few children were surrounding a spot right behind him on the deck. They were splashing the pool of blood that was still there from a gentleman who had fallen earlier and hit his head. I called the office to let them know and the response was that they had someone on it. We kept watching out our window and never saw anyone clean it up. Hotel itself is fine, rooms are clean, but seems to be the place to have kids parties at the pool. An hour later and still waiting for someone to clean up the blood. . .

Recently stayed at this hotel in Great Falls. There are a lot of families that stay here, so be prepared for a children in the pool from the time it opens to the time it closes. Make sure you ask for a room facing the pool as the atrium is quite pretty. Dated hotel from the 70's, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Okay stay I guess. Staff at the front desk not very friendly or helpful. We booked on Priceline and wanted to upgrade our room (and we would pay for the upgrade of course)- staff wouldn't do it, apparently it's against policy to upgrade Priceline booked stays- even if guests are willing to pay???? - my kids wanted a room by the pool, they were disappointed when told they couldn't even though rooms were open and available! Hotel is huge and outdated. Walking through the falls it really feels like an old apartment building - rooms were more updated and had a mini fridge which was nice. Elevator is s joke! :( we could barely maneuver our cart in there with 1 person and totally reminiscent if an old apartment building elevator. Elevators are limited too, considering the number of rooms, seemed like most people had to take the stairs as the elevator was far from mist rooms. Pool area is nice with lots of towels, however it seemed like a party area with large groups of adults drinking and talking loudly -- didn't like that part with my kids around.

We have stayed at this BW quite a few times in the past but will be looking for another hotel in the future. There is no longer a breakfast with the rate which hasn't been reduced. We found lipstick on 2 of the pillow cases. These 2 things are enough for us to search out other hotels when travelling through Great Falls

We stayed at the Heritage Inn in Great Falls, MT and had an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and we appreciated the quality white bed linens (sheets, down comforter, pillows). Also, the thick white bath towels were great. It was a comfortable clean room we could get a good nights sleep. In addition, the staff was excellent. Particularly, JIRI, our room cleaner was exceptional and very pleasant to work with. It is our place to stay while visiting Great Falls for pleasure:)

Staff ignored customers standing in line to check in while they talked on the phone answering questions. Smiles were non-existent when we did check in. No free breakfast. Elevator was so small we could barely maneuver the cart into it and then only one person could get in. Carried our luggage out from 2nd floor on departure-a real pain for my handicapped husband. Nice location and comfortable room is the best I can say for this place. Not up to par with other Best Western Hotels.

The layout, decor, and entertainment spaces of this hotel may not be what you expect, but in a good way. It is a two story hotel, so no long lines at the slow moving elevators to worry about. There is ample parking, a very nice pool area, onsite slot machines and lottery, and the food served in both restaurants is really very good. The location is at least 2 miles from anywhere else you may want to visit so plan to have a car. Close to the airport with free shuttle pickup (although any other use of the shuttle costs money). Happy hour happens everyday at the bar and a large space in the center of the hotel can be used for just about anything. It is an older property and there was a smell of smoke in the rooms (which are now non smoking) but we opened the window and that helped clear the air. Management staff were very helpful and accommodating for our group.

A friend and I were attending a meeting at this location and I was very impressed with the overall size and their ability to handle multiple functions at one time. Equally impressive was the happy hour at their sports bar. Everything has to have a weak point and knowing how many people were booked into their property, they should have a better idea of how much staff they need to serve lunches during their larger events. About 20 of us had to go across the street to a Dairy Queen after being seated for over 20 minutes without water or even a glance from the wait staff. Most things went well in this facility but it always amazes me how much revenue a hotel loses by not being staffed well. They lost between 400 and 500 revenue from food and drink by not being prepared.

Booked a room for a night for a trip to Glacier. When our plans suddenly changed the hotel refunded our entire deposit, on a non refundable room. A lot of places talk about customer service and pleasing customers when the unfortunate happens, these folks walked the talk. I'll use the chain more and have booked a room in Florida for an upcoming trip.

Our family has stayed at this hotel several times and love it for the pool and the great food offered in the restaurants. The location is also very good. It's easy to get around town from here. Our only sad points are that they no longer offer a free breakfast and that we had some issues at check out with the front staff, where one of them actually lied to us and said that they had tried to contact us in regards to our last night's booking, when it was obvious that no such effort was made.

What we all want is a good nights sleep and we got that here. Large motel but comfortable and quiet. We were half way into o our vacation and used the guest laundry to wash/dry a few loads.they had an indoor pool hot tub which we did not not use. They also had a restaurant which we did nothing t use. My husband said this was a conference motel.

Rooms are old and tired. Our room stunk of smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade throughout the whole place. We have stayed at this hotel many times but not in the last two years. It has deteriorated in cleanliness and general appearance since we last stayed there. No free breakfast at this hotel. Would think twice about staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the curtains made it very dark. The pool, spa, and sauna were far too crowded and the distance from our room made it undesirable, despite our kids wanting to swim. There was a loud wedding reception in the atrium area making it hard to navigate the lobby space, but the perk of our far-distant room meant that our sleep wasn't disturbed by the party. I would normally expect a free breakfast with the price of the room, but we made do by going to a McDonald's. They do have a casino and restaurant onsite. We did not use them.

Stayed in Great Falls and searched for a low priced hotel, after I was unable to find anything decent, decided to try price line and was able to secure Best Western at 50% off, this was a score! For the money a good value: clean, comfortable beds, quick check in and all the extras I needed, would book again in the future. The only slight issue was that the room smelled of stale smoke - slight, but enough to wonder about the $250.00 fine notice posted if they catch you smoking in the room?

Stayed here one night with our 6 month old puppy. Very pet friendly even gave doggy treats upon checking in. Rooms with pets are in back of hotel which is nice because of grass areas but a little noisy. Room a little musky smelling but housekeeping quick to come in and deodorize room. Food was fabulous for dinner and breakfast. Would stay again.

I have stayed here a couple times when in Great Falls and never have any issues, hotel is quiet and clean. Plenty of parking, the lounge attached has good food and drinks. The shuttle is a nice bonus and the driver is always very nice and informative.

The rooms are excellent, large and clean. It is a big hotel, so room can be quite a walk from front desk and restaurant. WiFi was fine. Booking service was terrible - I had to call 3 times to get email confirmation, then the rate was wrong. Finally got it fixed, but when I showed up they had booked two rooms for me. No one at Hotel seemed to care at any point in the process. Restaurant in bar/casino was fine, though we only ordered apps & burgers, so can't comment on other stuff. Price very reasonable. Airport shuttle takes 10 minutes and runs every 20 minutes.

No breakfast here. When you ask where breakfast is served, they send you to a restaurant, hand you a menu and assume you know. As a Reward member who stays at BW consistently, I didn't realize some do not serve breakfast. I factor it into the room price so was surprised I had to even pay for coffee.

This hotel was a very fun experience. The pool area is nice with a poolside bar to watch the kids and relax at. The front desk had fresh baked cookies which was a very nice touch after being on the road all day. They lobby offers a breakfast coffee bar with some snacks, but the best part of this location was the attached sports bar. Very good drink specials, and by 8pm the place was alive and fun to be at. Would definitely come again if I am in the area. The only problem with this hotel is that it is in desperate need of a remodel. The decor and rooms are pretty out dated - though they were clean. Other than that - this was a great stay.

We stayed here after our reservation at another hotel in town went south. We were able to call and book a room for that same night at a great rate.They even let us throw my daughter a last minute pool birthday party at no charge because of all the trouble we had gone through dealing with the other hotel. The room was huge & right next to the pool via a sliding glass door. The hotel is close to shopping,gas stations, restaurants and the interstate. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous.

Originally I had booked another hotel but when their system "cancelled my reservation" I was left scrambling. Thankfully Best Western had a few rooms left and I was able to get one. Staff at the front desk were very polite & efficient. It was clean, comfortable and pretty much just a basic hotel room. And that's fine. The pool area looked great. I wasn't able to get spend time in the pool unfortunately. There was a soccer tournament in town and there were quite a large number of kids in the pool. Wouldn't normally be an issue though. With the # of people though, the noise in the room (which opened onto the pool area) was louder than usual until the pool shut. Again, not a huge concern as I was watching TV. Still, if noise bothers you, you may want to request a room looking out onto the parking lot.

Our room was a little strange - but very comfortable. We were upgraded but our room had no window to the outside. The bathroom was fabulous. Double sink, jacuzzi tub - but the couch had no end tables. Had TV problems, but staff was very responsive and quickly fixed the problem. Layout of the hotel was strange, but usable. Restaurant was very, very good. Most rooms have individual ac, ours was central and worked fine and quiet. The biggest disappointment for me was that our room reeked of cigarette cigarette smoke, a smell that makes me very sick. I went out and bought febreze. The pool area is fun. The staff is lovely. Its location is right of the freeway and it is not too difficult to get around from there.

Stayed for one night on our way south. Large property with a bit of a maze for room layout. Had a room on the second floor (elevator available) in the south west building. Two comfortably firm queen beds, TV, writing desk, coffee maker and fridge, free local phone calls, small bathroom (good towels), free in room Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Sampled the happy hour (5-8 pm) in the small casino. Wanted to use the lobby bar but it and the dining room were not open (slow Tuesday?). Food menu was available in the casino. All the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

First I should say that the staff at this hotel was probably the best I have experienced anywhere. Friendly, helpful, and everyone went out of their way to help me - including letting me check in early and check out late. The few problems I experienced were: 1) there was a terrible thunderstorm with hail and rain, and when the rain was the heaviest, water was trickling at a pretty steady pace down the inside of the window. As a result, the room smelled musty and damp the rest of the weekend. Oh, and that awful air-freshener you put in the pet rooms? Instant headache! That thing was wrapped in a plastic bag for the weekend - too strong! 2) The only glitch to the spotlessly clean room was the shower curtain in the bathroom had definitely seen better days. And the fan in the room sounded like an airplane was taking off. 3) I was charged the wrong room rate, and I overhead another guest saying the same thing. Check your bill - I think this happens often. 4) The hotel is huge and busy shower times means no hot water for the shower. Not even lukewarm. If you're staying on a weekend the hotel is full, don't shower in the morning or evening. I'm not sure I would stay here again - at least not in a pet room. But the room was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The senior rate for this hotel is VERY, VERY HIGH. When I inquired about the rate, I was told this was the best rate available. Rarely are rooms available at check-in. We checked in at 2:30 and were told they were STILL CLEANING THOSE ROOMS.

We booked our room on Priceline. Our room number was 302. The tile grout in the bathroom was black in places. The tub looked dirty and the room had a slight smell of feet. The carpet had stains all over, not only in the room but stains throughout the hallways. The pool area was REALLY gross. The hot tub stunk and looked like someone maybe recently pooped in there. The pool was very unclean and I refused to use it. The floors were very gross. It could be a really nice place if they replaced their carpet and gave it a major deep clean. If a clean hotel is important to you, this hotel might not be for you.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the pool area was very neat. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel, except for one ridiculous thing that happened. My wife and infant son came with me to on my trip and we ate at the restaurant one night and at around 8:30 pm we were told we had to leave because no one under 18 is allowed in there after 8. For God sakes he's 3 months old and we were just having dinner so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The waitress was really embarrassed to have to kick us out and I thought it was very nice of her to give us a huge discount on our food. Other than that I recommend this hotel just don't plan on eating after 8pm if you have kids.

Spent quite a bit of time here since it was the home base for the Corvette weekend. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Had drinks several times in the bar and service was good and good prices. Had two catered meals and all the food was hot and good. Asked for a microwave and got it right away. Wifi worked inside our room (400) quite far from lobby. Easy in/out from highway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice TV.

Arrived late, left early! Hard to give a real good review, but the staff were great and friendly. The coffee shop inside the lobby was great and the girl served up a killer espresso in the morning. The hotel is in need of some modernization though...a bit tired and long in the tooth with some of the decor. Overall, satisfied with out short stay.

Stayed in this hotel May 20 - 23. Relaxing time around the pool area after a day of shopping. Stayed at this hotel many times in the past and always have had an excellent stay. Only downside is, I told the front desk and the maid in the hall that we do not need anything in the room and twice a maid opened the door with out announcing herself first and wanted into the room. This is why I told the lobby staff that I do not need any maid service this particular day.

This hotel is easy to get to and close to major routes. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is not included , unfortunately, but they've got a restaurant on site that serves great food. Our room was very roomy, quiet and clean. There is a lounge and casino in the building. It's not huge but has a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived after a very long drive so were happy to find the hotel a mere minute from the highway. Check In took a bit of time due to our booking with a third party. Once we got to our room it was basic, clean but smelt a bit musty. We hoped to use the gym but the machines were old and there were no weights so we made a pass. The hotel carpark was super busy with Casino patrons so finding a parking space can be a challenge. Unfortunately our sleep was broken on numerous occasions throughout the night with people leaving the casino and starting their car engines. Was interesting to see that when we left early the next morning there were 6 cars in the carpark!!!

We have stayed at Best Western Plus Heritage Inn during for one night during our stay in Great Falls. Nice location with a indoor pool and a very big ball room. But furnitures and make up of the hotel is a little bit out-of-date. Room was clean and staff was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately hotel does not offer the comp breakfast or as they have a restaurant they do not offer a small breakfast menu which is included in the hotel rate, so you need to pay for breakfast separately. We went out for dinner, as the rating for the restaurant in the hotel were not convincing. But there are some good opportunities to dine in close distance to the hotel. Finally our room was very noise-sensitive, which gave us a hard time to fall to sleep. We would not come again to the Heritage Inn.

I would highly recommend the Best Western Heritage Inn in Great Falls, MT - the staff, food , etc. is amazing! I was attending a conference as a presenter and had tech difficulties with computer and projector. First, one of the waiters/servers lent a hand to troubleshoot and then brought in an IT pro - they went way beyond what would normally be expected and saved the day!

Hotel is an older hotel. Rooms were clean but smelled musty. Had to ask for a fan because my room was hot. Front desk individuals were polite and check in check out went quickly. They have that they have room service but they don't. Restaurant is only open for breakfast but the Max Casino serves lunch and dinner. Conference rooms were not setup to handle all the people and so that made it uncomfortable and hot. Areas throughout the hotel are very cold while others are hot. I would recommend the hotel.

The front desk and it's entire area was really nice. The rest of the hotel was old and run down. Our room, 305, was unclean and not worth the money....at best. The smell was old, the look was old, the feel was old. The bathroom was unclean in the corners to the point that we did not shower, after driving for 8 hours. We booked the room at 11pm, during a storm, on Priceline. When it stated a 3-star hotel for $57.00 we were happy. My pictures did not show the unclean tiles well enough to post. We were tired and the room was better than sleeping in the rental car. It is NOT going to be on our list of hotels to ever return to.

We were in town for a church conference. Have always like Best Western. Good location. Quiet at night. Lots of amenities. Close to shopping. If we are in Gt Falls, MT we will stay there again. The cleaning staff and the front desk staff were very attentive to our needs. They had a great Mother's day buffet. A true Montana experience. Lot of stuff to do in town in our spare time. Large display of brochures about local events and tourist venues.

I stay at this Best Western as it is conveniently located near I15 on my trip home. If one is looking for dinner, go elsewhere. Only dinner accommodation now is the bar, which was noisy, cold and food mediocre. They closed their restaurant for dinner.

We have stayed at Best Western Great Falls for past 3 years, staff is very good but the hotel does not offer the comp breakfast or as they have a restaurant they donot offer a small breakfast menu ( which is included in your hotel $$). INSTEAD YOU PAY FULL FARE at the restaurant. NOW the restaurant is not open for dinner instead you can go in the bar/casino which is attached and eat there, the later is loud , swearing and has it,s share of drunks. NOT a great place to eat after a long day on the road . We would not take our family there if we where staying over night

This is a great place to stay. The only complaint is that the pool is way too small for the size of the hotel and the temp is cold and there is no breakfast buffet which is great when you have kids like we do. Aside from that the rooms are very comfy and cozy.

We have lots of family in this town so we keep trying different hotels to find the most quiet, comfort and convenience at the price we can afford, I think this is the best hotel in town at any price. The place has some age, and that shows in the layout and wear, but they keep it updated. The beds are terrific. Rooms smell fresh.Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is delicious for breakfast, although a tad pricey for the area unless you get vouchers through the hotel rewards program. It hosts many conferences and a reknown western art show so there could be lots of guests and others in the common areas. It is clean. Has a mini fridge. The theme is "Modern Western". I am pretty stingy with top ratings, but in spite of small imperfections like a noisy bath fan, odd layout, this motel consistently delivers the best lodging in the area.

Pros: The beds were great. The pool and hot tub area in the atrium was cool. The rooms facing the pool have balcony and patio areas to sit out and enjoy the atrium area. Staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were super nice and attentive. The coffee lady was great! Cons: The restaurant was closed so we had to eat in the sports bar which had no dessert to offer a 6 year old who had been promised that after a 4 hour drive. The atrium has a beautiful fountain that is sitting empty and chairs stacked all over one end like it has been used as a overflow storage area for awhile. Its an eyesore that at one time must have been lovely. The lighting is very dim if you arent directly under the skylight in the atrium. Which is great for romantic couples but not so much for a mom with kids. Smokers congregated outside entries A and B. I don't appreciate my children and I having to breathe in second hand smoke as we leave for a volley ball tournament. Or anytime for that matter. There needs to be signs prohibiting smoking at entries. A designated area away from other hotel patrons entering and leaving.

The room was very large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The food service in the attached bar/casino was tasty and delivered quickly. We booked this room online after arriving at Great Falls to find the pool closed at the hotel we had originally booked. We had a 2 year old with us who had been in the car all day driving from Canada and was eager to swim. On arrival we were told the room was on the second floor. I pointed out that we had booked a "poolside" room and was told "Yes, it's poolside, but upstairs". So not pool SIDE at all, but pool view! And with a huge metal staircase right outside the room - not even remotely suitable for a toddler! Added to which, the sliding patio door to the room had a metal bar for security, but no way of locking from the outside - so that the room could not be secured if we went to the pool from that door, forcing us to use the door to the inner hallway which is not 'poolside' by any stretch of the imagination! Some rooms do have locks which take the room key, but not all. No pool towels are available, so room towels had to be used leaving no dry towels for a shower. Carpets threadbare and worn through on the stairs. Every single spring could be felt on the rollaway bed, which was delivered but not assembled, and the bathroom was the smallest I have seen in any hotel. On the plus side, the sheets were clean and smelt fresh, and the pillows were soft. However, the hotel room description is at best misleading and at worst deliberately false advertising.

I was given a $25 voucher. When I made the reservation by phone, I gave the voucher number which was recorded on the reservation. When I checked into the hotel, I again gave (and showed) them the voucher. However, when I checked out, I was not given the $25 credit as the clerk (Amanda) said that they did not have any record of it. I had to retrieve the voucher again (which I had packed away) and show her that I had a $25 credit. Finally, they credited the $25.

The room was clean, had a mini fridge, and two decent beds. The room was also very clean when we checked in, no funky smells or weird stains on sheets or floor. The bathroom was also clean, no weird stains on the floor or in the shower, no signs of mold. Fresh towels were provided. There is also a decent of space and storage to keep your things organized during your stay.

We recently stayed here for 3 days while visiting family. We requested a quiet accessible room with King bed. The room was very nice and clean with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. Only issue was the thermostat didn't seem to work correctly. Hotel has a nice clean looking pool and business center available. Decent wifi but subpar cable. No premium channels. They have a restaurant and sports bar casino on site. Very nice. Also a great little espresso bar off the lobby. Conveniently located. We'll stay here again.

I have stayed here before for conferences held in the hotel. It's dated and the rooms show it - particularly the bathroom with dirty grout and basin that drains slowly. Food is OK, but restaurant is only open for breakfast. Must go to the bar for lunch or dinner. The most frustrating thing has been poor internet speed. Download speeds have been moswtly in the 3-5Mbs range and uploads as low as 200Kbs (.2Mbs). Speeds at the moment are somewhat higher. I assume it's because I'm writing this at 11am when room occupancy and internet demand is lowest. Also note that any of the dozens of rooms bordering the pool / conference area will be subject to noise in those areas. Request an outer room if that's an issue for you. The pool area is actually quite nice. It's indoors, but entirely covered by skylights and there are trees and much live greenery throughout.

The food was mediocre & cold, the waitress tried, management does not understand good customer service. I ordered hot tea and was giving a 8 oz. container of hot water and one green tea bag. I wanted more tea and made that request. The waitress brought more hot water. I requested another tea bag and was told I would be charged for another cup of tea. I find that annoying as my taste is such that a green tea bag only lasts one cup. She brought more coffee to our table and I said, so the coffee drinkers can have more full strength coffee but I can't get another tea bag? She brought me more hat water and another tea bag but slammed them on the table before I could even say thanks. Another tea bag was a larger tip, slamming on the table was a much smaller tip. Oh, let's not forget the supposedly clean towels in the room that had very visible black hairs in them.

Had stayed at this facility about four years ago. Excellent experience, hence decided to stay again on our trip through Great Falls. Very disappointed to be told at Check-in that a breakfast was no longer included with room rate. Still a great place to stay but rate VALUE as average. Will not stay again as other lodging facilities offer better value for your dollar.

This location only has one elevator located at the back of the building. Nowhere near the lobby. Also has room numbered up to four hundreds with two levels. Hard to find our room, was a maze. After walking all through the halls we eventually found our rooms.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Check in was speedy. The elevator was a long way from our room, which was inconvenient. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Although the hotel was busy we didn't find it noisy at all.

I made a reservation knowing this was my first stop for the evening on my 1800 mile travels. I reserved a king suite with a pull out couch. I arrived at 11pm after driving all day with 2 children, to discover the sofa did not pull out, and my 14 year old had nowhere to sleep. I called the front desk to see what they could do. The lady I actually spoke with from the front desk was trying her best, but after she explained my situation to another employee I hear this other woman say "well that's too bad she's stuck in that room!"... You must be joking. Who treats customers that way??? I am paying $169.00 for one night, they screw up my room and then tell me very nastily that I'm stuck there???? My room should have been greatly discounted or competed at this point but instead I get told to basically eat crap. Apparently this other woman was off the clock when this happened so she shouldn't have even opened her mouth. They ended up sending a cot to the room as if that would make up for it. I went to the front desk in the morning and asked for the manager. I was told she wouldn't be there until 3 so I told the story and left a message for her to call me. No call from her around 4:30 so I call and leave another message. Then at 6 I call and leave another message. No return call. That's their customer service. Stay somewhere they value a paying customer.

We had been travelling long days. Had another 10 hours to go and stopped for the night. April 2nd Rm. 206. Pool and hot tub were crowded...couldn't even get in the hot tub. Lots of party noise in the hall and balconey side in the wee early hours. The smoke alarm battery started beeping at 4 in the morning. Got someone to change the battery. Complained at front desk in the morning but he was already taking a complaint about noise and no hot water from another guest. He didn't seem too concerned about us. Hardly an apology. We were impressed with the style and cleanliness. It was the most expensive place we stayed in on our road trip...wanted to treat ourselves but it was definitely not relaxing and the worst sleep!

Check in easy and fast (room 333), long long walk from reception but not a big deal. king room was clean with the exception of the chair at the desk, had some sort of stains all over it (kind of scary). The noise of doors slamming throughout the night is a little irritating but not a big deal. Out of 8 hotels in seven different states on this trip this Best Western was the most expensive. Seems room in great Falls are all expensive.

We were in Great Falls to attend the Out West art show at Best Western Heritage Inn. The service and friendliness of staff was outstanding. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were allowed to have our pet with us and provided materials necessary for potty breaks for her. Katie at front desk made arrangements for shuttle for us to dinner house and was so friendly and happy to help us. Great stay!!

I have not stayed at this Hotel for a few years since it is one of the perferred hotels that my Company wants us to stay. So, I thought i would give it a try again, the room that i got was a queen two bed room it was older but kept up, the bed was confortable and the bathroom was clean. all fixtures seemed to work, I felt the Company price was a little high, I dont think I would stay there if traveling for pleasure because of the price being a little steep. The staff seemed friendly enough and helpful. I do like the Comfort Inn at Market Square and that is where I will go back to staying when on business, treated super there and the price is more reasonable with the newer rooms.

We are a loyal Best Western customer, but our stay at Best Western Heritage in Great Falls was horrible - wished there was a negative rating option would use that! When we arrived we were told there was a wine festival being hosted in the hotel that evening with about 800 in attendance and were asked to sign a noise waiver because of the band noise,etc. This was fine. However, from 11 pm to 3:30 am there were people loudly partying in the hallway and rooms on the 2nd floor. I called the front desk three times and was told maintenance came up and nothing was wrong - which We know was not the case. We lost some much needed sleep before getting on with our day of travel Checking out this morning the manager of the hotel just shrugged when we voiced our concern over the noises party goers. Everyone is entitled to have fun and everyone is entitled to a night's sleep...Encourage you to consider other options when visiting Great Falls.

Upon arrival we were told that the cars in parking corridor H had been broken into 3 times that day and do not park there. Un-nerving. Then 2 of the 3 rooms we rented were not very clean and beds were VERY uncomfortable. This used to be a pretty special place. Kinda getting runned down.

Could have been a good experience but lack of care on the staff, namely security guard! Long day of travel, needed to soak in the hot tub, however babies (without diapers) were allowed in the hot tub even after reporting to the security guard! Sat for awhile but after continued harassment from the American parents about being from the rude country of Canada we left! Will not stay there again. Rude country of Canada, lol! Has he been to Canada too funny

Pool issues, lukewarm "hot tub", musty odour in room, $16.99 for a kid's movie rental, unfriendly front desk staff......etc. Location was great to get where we wanted to enjoy our weekend activities but any time spent in the hotel was pretty mediocre and at time challenging with a 2yo and 4yo. The price was great and so were the cleaning staff. Probably will not return.

Clean but noisy and no breakfast, this was a surprise. Everywhere has breakfast standard, not here! Place is aging and needs a remodel. Bathroom was tiny and didn't like having a casino in the building. Would not stay there again unless we had no options. Look elsewhere

This is a well kept older and large BW, large clean rooms, flat screen 42" tvs, large rooms and friendly staff. Good wifi in our room. I had hoped they would have had room service but no indication that they do.They have a very nice indoor courtyard with pools etc. and the kids were having tons of fun. Also restaurant and casino on site and both were good. Downside was noise, didn't sleep for both nights, noisy upstairs Nabors, noisy hallways and our room was right beside an exterior door. Maybe as for second floor and all should be good. I have this hotel 4 stars because the it appears well run and has something for everyone.

Very, Very good. Very clean room, courteous staff, Very pretty hotel indoor & beautiful indoor courtyard. Can't comment on the use of the pool or work out facility because we had so much other to do(both very nice & they looked well maintained). Nice lounge. Because it was winter when we stayed, we didn't really get the scope of the landscaping.

One of the conference rooms we just used was the same conference room we used at the beginning of last summer. Back then I noticed a splatter of something on the wall, maybe food off a plate, or coffee or something along that line. 8 to 9 months latter I am in the same conference room again, and that splatter is STILL there. How gross.

I stay in this hotel every time I have business in Great Falls. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar food is good and affordable. The last time I stayed, I chose a room close to the front desk which was a big mistake. It was a little noisy from people checking in all night. I know that if I would have reported the problem to staff they would have made accommodations for me. The fitness room has limited equipment but it is usable. All in all I think this is a great hotel and I plan on staying here every time I travel.

Very good hotel with large rooms and beautiful decor. The lobby and the pool areas are fantastic and extremely comfortable. The lounge is spacious and the staff excellent. The layout of the hotel is extensive yet easily navigable.

Just stayed at Great Falls Best Western Heritage Inn for the 3rd time and mostly enjoy the hotel. We find the restaurant to be excellent as is the pool area, especially for kids. We really enjoy the airport shuttle service. It is starting to show its age and is becoming slightly run down and is in need of a facelift in the rooms at least. We will continue to use however.

We had a block of rooms for a family wedding and a family Christmas celebration the next day. Had a great time. Had breakfast in the restaurant and dinner/snacks in the lounge several times. Enjoyed the espresso bar, but it was late opening on 12/20 when I was checking out.

"Business trip for a tradeshow"

Stayed four nights during the first week of December, 2015, for a trade show in Mt. Good location, close to restaurants. Good room with great lighting and a fridge. Only drawback was when the heater fan was on high,it sounded like a freight train barreling through...trick was to keep fan on low. Also, was disappointed that there was no room service as it's tough dragging to dinner when you've been on your feet all day on the trade show floor.

I spent four days at this hotel and can't complain about anything. The rooms were clean and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable, even with my bad back. In addition, the food in the casino was excellent and I highly recommend the club sandwich which was the best I have ever had!

"Thanksgiving Stay"

We stayed 3 nights to visit family over Thanksgiving. We stayed on a first floor room right inside an entry/exit door. The keyed door was broke so it would open and close to anyone which was a little concerning since we have small children. Only noise complaint was the stairwell right by our room. On the last morning the faucet in the shower broke but my husband was able to fix it. Wish they had a continental breakfast.....

This hotel was comfortable with 2 queen beds and sliding door leading out to beautiful indoor garden surrounding indoor pool. The pool was clean and warm.Rooms were clean, however disappointed that no complementary breakfast was included.

"No free breakfast here now"

We were so disappointed to learn that this Best Western does not provide a free breakfast!! We had spent the previous night in Lethbridge's Best Western and the FREE breakfast there was amazing!! We have been coming to this location for over 20 years and will have to rethink where we will stay the next time we visit. Providing us with $3.00 breakfast vouchers - which our check-in staff did not give us - the evening staff gave us the vouchers as we asked how the breakfast worked. I think this is a bad mistake on management's part perhaps they only want convention people not the ordinary traveller.

"Great for hunters, business travellers ... not so much!!"

For hunters and families - i bet this is a great place. For business conferences, it seems to have great amenities. The Front desk staff is a bit inconsistent - either very friendly or not at all. Cons: For business travellers tho, it is not the best ... inconvenient rooms (only two floors so you have a high chance of getting a first floor room which will allow outsiders to see into your room. The rooms, while clean, are dated and dingy. And the walls are paper-thin ... I could hear conversions in regular voice (plus other things). Water pressure is very sensitive to anyone using the water elsewhere - either scalding hot or freezing cold in winter. Closet is super small. Security is abysmal. Pros: Beds are comfy. Heater is very efficient. Refrigerator in rooms. Iron and ironing board are good. WiFI is great. Lobby seating area is comfy.

We always stay here on our annual snowbird trip between Alberta and Arizona, the experience has been consistently good, our dog recognizes it as a home from home now, and we especially like to be able to get a freshly cooked breakfast, instead of the standard buffet. Very good. Location , food, staff. First leg of our trip south. Good start. Best Western is the hotel of choice for us whenever possible. We have never been disappointed. My husband and I travel south every year and we stay 3 nights on the road. We look for Best Westerns before checking out anything else. No surprises.

This is a Plus on the line which cann be surprising the further you get from the front desk unless going to the pub area. The food is good in the pub however I gave the steak house a average opinion. I would stay here again however I wouldn't overlook the competition if they had a room available.

Everything was very good. Gave a discount breakfast coupon for the restaurant, instead of having normal BW breakfast options, which was nice. Because they were having a banquet there they made us aware that there could be some noise until 11pm, however it was quite quiet.

"Pretty neat place in good section of town"

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend as we were in town for a wedding. We rented a poolside King room on the first floor. The room itself was wonderful. The bed was magnificent and the room was large and comfy. The pool area was a whole different matter. First of all, they close the pool area at 10pm and being that I was at the wedding until Midnight, we didn't get a chance to swim that night. It turned out to be a moot point as the heater on the hot tub went out and it was about 70 degrees. I was assured by the front desk it would be fixed by the morning....it was not. It had increased to a temperature of around 88 degress, but as you know a hot tub is not a hot tub unless it is at least 100 degrees. Having a poolside room should have some perks, like extended pool hours, in my humble opinion. We attempted to gamble in the casino the first night, but were hurried out by a worker who must have had some things to do that night. Overall, the room was great.........everything else, not so much.

I spent a night here on a trip to Seattle. The staff was professional, if a bit cold. My room was spotless, the bed comfortable. The TV has only a few basic channels, plus the usual pay per view movies. They don't have a free breakfast, but they do have a small restaurant that has reasonable prices and good food. Overall, a place I'd recommend, and would stay there again.

Shelby Montana had a better atmosphere more positive attiude as well as friendly staff when it came down to it. I am not impressed with my stay in a room without a microwave. I wouldn't step out of my way to go here again unless they worked on getting the contential breakfast back. Or some major attitude changes at the front desk.

Hello Scott T, I am sorry to hear you were unimpressed with our property. I understand your frustration with a microwave not being a standard amenity in your room. We do have microwaves that are provide by request. We have ended our continental breakfast, but have a breakfast included rate package. I apologize that the staff did not provide the high level of customer service we strive for. Thank you for your review. We appreciate guest feedback. "Not tourist friendly"

My husband and I stayed here on a road trip because great Falls was the last town before the Canadian border with a dealership with a service department & we had a car issue. We had just left a great BW in W. Yellowstone & hoped for another good experience. This hotel obviously caters to conferences & winter shoppers from the region, not tourists. We were put on the 2nd floor because we asked not to be on the pet floor. There was only one elevator in a motel with almost 300 rooms& it was about 4 hallways from the front desk. The elevator itself was tiny& we could not get the luggage cart inside it. We ended up going back to the front & making several trips up the winding staircase with our things. The front desk clerk saw us but did not offer help until my husband complained about the elevator. There was no complimentary breakfast and the restaurant breakfast was overpriced. Would not recommend or stay again,

Hello Brenda B, Thank you for your review. I sorry and understand your frustration with the placement of our elevator. We will be installing a new, bigger, elevator in a more central location. We no longer provide a complementary breakfast and offer a breakfast include rate package. We are also updating prices and menu items in the restaurant. We strive to provide a well rounded experience for convention attendees, shoppers and tourists. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations.
