Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff ... fresh breakfast. We'll stay again. Lot felt safe and its location was close to the family we were visiting. Kids were happy and probably ate 4 lbs of bacon!

Stayed in hotel several times, excellent staff cold ac and wonderful staff, breakfast was perfect, I highly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Can't beat the value nor the comfort of the rooms. Can't be beat

the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, we will stay here again. the beds are comfortable, the shower was slick though. make sure to ask for to ask for your military discount the pool was clean good location for the hotel breakfast was good

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. The rooms nice and clean. Nice amenities. Convenient location. Pool was nice. We went there to visit family. Best Western brand never fails me. My favorite thing from this hotel love love the pillows I wanted those pillows my mom and I lol.

My wife & I stayed at this property for a family visit. We encountered several problems including loud guests leaving their door to the hallway wide open all night with nothing done about it by the front desk, insects in our room & inadequate staffing at the front desk. Remember, you get what you pay for, definitely no more.

Very nice hotel. Our room was clean. The bed, pillows and towels were very nice. Low water pressure but plenty of hot water. Our room was too dark for us to read in comfortably. Very noisy refrigerator. We would stay here again.

My wife & I unfortunately recently stayed at this property. It is no frills, as other reviews have stated the rooms are not properly cleaned and customer service is nearly non-existent. There is a Bell at the Front Desk which more often than not we had to ring to get service. The room doors DO NOT automatically shut, and can be left wide open. One night the Guests In The next room and across the Hall from us left the doors to their room wide open all night and raised hell. We complained to the front desk but no action was taken. I asked for credit for the night my wife & I could not sleep due to Guest noise, but Raven, The General Manager refused. There was popcorn on the carpet in the room when we checked in and it was still there after the room was supposedly cleaned. If you do not wake up early and notify the Front Desk by 8 A.M. that you want your room cleaned that day you are out of luck. Our first stay as Best Western AAA Gold Reward Members And very disappointing!

This Property has some good qualities. But it is no frills and short on service. There is an old fashioned manual bell at the Front Desk and more likely than not Guests have to ring it to get service. In order to have your room cleaned you must get up early in order to let the front desk know you want housekeeping. The deadline to let them know is 8 A.M. Speaking of Housekeeping, we noticed our room was not dusted and some popcorn that was on the carpet when we checked into our room was still there after the room was vacuumed. The doors to the room can be kept wide open and do not automatically close. One night the Guests In The next room and the room across the Hall raised hell all night with their doors to the hall wide open. Even after complaining to the Front desk they still made noise and should have been ejected from the hotel. The hotel is infested with insects and in dire need of fumigation. I politely asked the General Manager, Raven for an adjustment in our rate. Due to all the problems encountered including not being able o sleep due to Guest noise, but she refused. She would only offer additional reward points which are useless if we do not stay at any Best Western Hotels in the future. This was our first and last stay at this. Hotel and probably any Best Western Hotel.

My wife & I stayed here on business. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even with COVID-19, the hotel was able to offer some items for breakfast.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with this hotel. The person that answered the phone was so helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to help with my room situation. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am in the area. Michael

I stayed 2 nights at beat Western. I had the honeymoon suite, it was beautiful. Very clean. The shower was amazing & clean also.The king bed was so soft. It really was clean beyond my expectations.I will be staying here again soon.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is limited due to Covid, no fault of the hotel. Great self serve coffee. I really liked being on the first floor, but not close to the elevators. No complaints, everything was fine for a hotel in this price range.

We had a great time at Best Western. The services were great and the check out was so easy,we didn't have to stand in line.We simply put our cards in the bucket and they checked us out theirselves.For covid purposes we did not want anyone in the room so we put our towels outside the door and when we got back we had fresh clean ones ready for us in a bag.Very happy with our stay!

4 out of 5 of our travel team complained to each other about the amount of dust in the rooms. Our room in particular was awful. Soon as we walked in there was a smoke odor, the floors weren't vacuumed nor was it mopped. We had to call the front desk to have them complete these tasks that should have been done before we arrived. If there wasn't a BIG baseball tournament and 2 of the nicer hotels being quarantined we would have left and checked in elsewhere.

And I was grief stricken because of the loss and just needed to unwind my mind that's where the noisy flies buzzing around the room that's when the next-door kids and five will being kids loudly, when I went to the restaurant and sat down on the toilet I fell on my left butt cheek real hard because there were no available handicap rooms with higher toilet available.

Even with COVID restrictions, we felt very welcome and they did a great job keeping high-traffic areas sanitized. The staff were super friendly and followed COVID restrictions. And even though they couldn't have a breakfast buffet, we were impressed with the "to-go" option, either a hot or a cold option, and the fruit was always fresh!

Always a good stay when in Houma. Its not the closest to the main part of Houma but its close enough. I had a longer than usual check in this time because the receptionist was over friendly, but this is not a terrible thing. Overall good stay and I will stay again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean. Beds comfortable. Will stay here again. Checking in was easy. Location was great. Would recommend this to other family members and friends staying in the area.

Staff was very nice. I had an issue with the tv not working. She came up right away tried but unable to get it to work. She told me to stay here and would assign the next room to me. She would do the running so I would not have to. TV worked I. The room and everything else went good.

went with husband just to get away...(he was taking a refresher course at Nichols college campus - I just needed to get out of the house...can only watch our 2 cats not get along for so long!) the coffee options in the lobby were amazing! breakfast options fresh! they do need more staff...the girl checking guests in turned out to be the ones sometimes cleaning the breakfast area, checking guests in/out & answering the phone...a lot to juggle for 1 person...

I stayed here for training and we also came here for our business Christmas party both times very great service rooms are clean all is great we will definitely be back here next time for the Christmas party and any other training thank you to all who work here

This is a great place to stay. We visited on 12/11 and check out on 12/12 all the staff was very friendly except for one girl named Asia she was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. On another note the breakfast was good except for having to ask for coffee and other little things. You could just tell this girl didn't like her job or value it any. Thanks mr John able

Great location, ease of access and the place is well maintained, well lit and safe area. The rooms are big and room and very clean. Looks very new and the folks working there are very helpful and hospitable.

This location has everything you need in your room - hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. Nice hot shower! And located just 3 minutes down the road from Houma. Can't go wrong!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel the staff was great. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out. I will stay here again if I am in this area. Did not try their breakfast only because the Waffle House is right in front and we wanted to try that, which I can say the food is good there. Give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed.

Have stayed here several nights for the past month. Service is consistent. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast and daily happy hours are good additions. Clean and spacious rooms!

The room was nice and clean. I was disappointed there was no tub. It did not say that when I booked the room. I just assumed there would be a tub. Nope, only a shower stall. Glad the free breakfast was free,as it wasn't worth a dime.

The bed was fairly comfortable. It was relatively quiet. The Wi-Fi never did work. Breakfast offerings were very sparse and there was no fresh fruit available. Nice staff. For the money, this was a reasonable value. I would return if in the area again.

Very clean, quiet, right off the exit easy to find, no bugs (important), bed was very comfortable and my husband has a bad back and did not complain so that's a big plus. feather pillows, nice breakfast, everyone was helpful and courteous from arriving to leaving.

Good staff, clean and quiet hotel. However there was no (0) hot food served during breakfast from 07:00-08:00. I will not return nor will I recommend this hotel to the crews I support. I will endeavor to find another suitable hotel in the Houma area.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights in early January. The rooms was clean, odor free, but the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The water pressure in the evenings was terrible, but much better in the morning. The breakfasts had meat, eggs, waffles, potatoes, instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffees. Some days there was dry cereal but no milk or only soymilk options. Fresh fruit was apples and oranges if any at all. The internet worked well and the staff was pleasant and friendly. The fitness room was small but clean and operational.

My girlfriend and I were involved in her cousin's wedding and during our stay we were placed at the Best Western Plus Houma Inn. On our arrival that Friday morning, we were greeted by the front desk staff (Stacy) who was very polite, professional, courteous and understanding with our arrival. She assisted us in checking in to our room and asking us for any help to make our stay pleasant. I felt comfortable with our stay and the assistance we received. I would recommend to stay at this hotel during your stay and ask for Stacy to assist you. I thank all the staff at the Best Western Plus for their hospitality.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. I found it to be a decent place with clean rooms at a fair price if you are passing through or stopping for local business. Access to and from the hotel can be a little tricky at first.

I am writing this review from room 310 at the Best Western. My wife and I have stayed here 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel because of the very affordable price. I am sure that we will be back in this area in the future and we look forward to staying here again.

Very fast ck in no issues ,the room was excellent and the bed was awesome,had a great night sleep. It's one of the best hotels so far in Louisiana The bed was is friendly come I don't remember waking up throughout my sleep so the breakfast was hot breakfasts there were options very good option for the breakfast and shoes with anything fast check in and check out

Our two couples stayed at that Hotel for one night as we were travelling towards Lafayette. We had it for a very good price and it even included a very nice free hot breakfast. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. Checking in late in the evening was kind of awkward thru a side window but still safe and convenient.

Everything about the hotel was nice. We had no issues, we felt very safe, and the front desk employees were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We will return in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at the Gray, LA Best Western! My wife and I were there with our son to attend a high school baseball playoff game against Houma Christian High School. If we are in this area again we would definitely stay there.

This was a good stay but you must report whatever condition you find the rooms in includeing the smell because they will try to charge you for something that is there already. Bathroom wasn't clean hair and dabri was on floor and in shower smelled of smoke before I got there.

It was a very good stay. The hotel was nice and clean. I actually forgot some toiletries at home, and the staff was more than happy to supply a couple of items. Nice and courteous is my nest description of thee staff.

This hotel is top notch without a top notch price. I will always come back here to stay any chance I get. The rooms are great. They are clean and cozy. The staff was great and they welcome you with cookies. Who don't like free cookies!!!!!!!! Thanks staff and management for a great stay.

This hotel was not on my original roadtrip plan, but the rain moved up my trip to New Orleans after visiting Orlando. I wanted someplace close to New Orleans, but outside and this seemed the best. It was a lovely location in a smaller town outside of New Orleans. It also made getting to the Jean Lafitte swamp tour a breeze. I'm very lucky on timing since the road leading to and out of this hotel was along a Mardi Gras parade route. Not sure how I'd feel about traffic if the parades were running. Clean and comfortable rooms. The elevator ride was a lot smoother and comfortable than the one in Orlando. Would book here again.

I just want to say that I'm very happy that we stayed here. The room was clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful. We thought it would be worse because we paid almost nothing for our stay. Love Houma and would highly recommend it for everyone.

Nice rooms and good location. Minutes from downtown Houma and Thibodaux. Breakfast was nice with good community coffee. I will definitely be interested in booking this hotel again on my next business trip to Houma.

I like the room lay out,centrally located easy access to local sites,staff was friendly,overall noise level was quiet with no disturbances,had a feel like I was at my home stay very comfortable,will almost certainly be back.

I stayed here over the weekend on a recent business trip. The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable and clean. I was going to use there guest laundry machines but that area of the hotel was extremely nasty. Not much close to the hotel unless you enjoy fast food.

Attended the Gumbo Festival and this hotel was close to the venue! I would stay here again! Boudreaux and Thibodeaux's is nearby too! Very comfortable with friendly staff! Hope to be here again next year!

a very good inn to relax and spend the night, or longer! I was there on a business trip, and found it to be a place I will be staying at on a regular basis when i'm in this area....safe, clean and reasonable rates that won't break the bank....good breakfast, so you don't have to leave hungry, or settle for fast food....I recommend it

This was my first stay here and I was very pleased with the staff and facility. It is an excellent value. Comfortable beds and pillows. Room very clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast was adequate. Appreciated the drinks available all day.

Even with only 1 review it was a choice because it was closest to the truck stop where we park our truck. The facilities are excellent, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable. Need I say more.

Best of the Best Western because of Angel, front desk person! The hotel is typical of the Plus line. Everything is very good. Easy to find. Close enough to everything without incurring the noise and traffic. Far and beyond the best people experience we have had.

Normal new very nice rooms. Troublesome wifi with browser "authentication". Logs you off every time you turn your back on it. TWO Tesla charging stations that provide a full 80 amps. One J1772 connection that supplies 30 amps.

My husband & I, stayed there 2 nights. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, & quiet, as well as the common outdoor & indoor areas. Welcoming & accommodating staff. Have stayed there a few times over the past 3 years and their quality & standards are consistently superior to many other similarly rated hotels. We will definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it.

The people who worked there were so helpful and helped us find places to go and where to eat. The room was very nice. Had a small problem with the bathroom but they fixed it asap. Will stay there again when we go back next summer. Ask the people from the motels cause they know best places to eat and where to go to have fun.

Like to stay at this hotel it have a lot to offer it the location it is and like people who work in the hotel treat you like u are at home plus it is close to KFC like that about that and not to mention really like the breakfast good hotel.

beautiful lobby. reasonably fast check-in. beautiful room, everything worked(including microwave, fridge and wireless). Coffee is always fresh. Breakfast is available until 9am and is outstanding, not just a pile of carbs, but includes a meat item (sausage in my case). interior elevator and rolling luggage carts available. To be frank, if it's the same price the next time around, this is our anchor hotel when we visit this part of Louisiana again.

Very nice property, nice staff, and very nice and comfortable room. I really enjoyed my stay while visiting with my family in Thibodaux. The price, the service, cleanliness of the room, and convenient location are all reasons to go back.

This hotel was very nice with a great staff. Definitely was more than expected for a Best Western. There is a Waffle House, KFC, and Taco Bell basically on the property and you are close to the highway. The hotel is about 9 miles from shopping and restaurants. If you are visiting New Orleans this would be about 1 hr away but if you are visiting Nicholls University you would be about 10-15 minutes away.

We were quite pleased with our stay!!! We have stayed twice at this hotel and been pleasantly blessed both times.We plan to stay at this Best Western the next time we are in town!!! The staff was great and the roon was all that we expected.

Staff was very friendly. Check in and check in and check out was quick and easy. Clean updated rooms. Quiet stay. Very close to the wedding reception hall and easy access to and from. The breakfast was a plus!

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I did not know the rooms did. It have tubs. This is a big deal for my son. But she was very accommodating and helped. The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was okay. It was very clean.

It's near the highway, not in Houma proper, which is a bonus if you're just passing through. If not, it's a 10 minute drive into town. Great facility, very clean, and the reception staff was fantastic. My only complaint is that the bedside alarm clock was so bright it lit up the room. This is not a good thing. I had to lie it on its face and it still shone. Still, it's something I can live with and will most definitely come back. AND, as a bonus, this place has perhaps the best motel or hotel breakfast coffee I have ever tasted. I kid you not. Worth it for the coffee, alone!

We really enjoyed our stay here!  The hotel is really clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. There was orange juice, apple  juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate available all day. The room was well stocked with coffee, tea, cups and towels. The bath towels were big and fluffy!  The only real complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our home, away from home! My husband worked offshore, suffered a hear attack and was flown in to Terrebonne Hospital for treatment. Little did we know that it was the Cardio Institute of the South, we live in central Mississippi. That was over 20 years ago and we still use the same doctor for yearly and 6 month check ups. The staff have always been so accomadating, very nice rooms and in a quiet location. Easy access to businesses and medical offices. Highly recommend!!!

The staff is excellent. The facility is very good. It is a great value for the quality of product. The most important part of the stay was the friendliness of the staff. They assisted my wife with breakfast even though she was after hours. The always had coffee and cookies out for the guest in the evening hours. It was a welcoming enviroment!

overall I enjoy my stays here, mainly just sleep and do office work. The cleanliness could us a little work but I know it is hard with children running in and out of location after swimming. Laundry area could use some attention. Gym only had one machine working.

We were on our way to Orange Beach, Al. We planned to spend the night close to New Orleans. We didn't have reservations so we could not find a hotel because something was going on in town. I drove around for hours looking for a hotel. I took a wrong turn and got turned around. Around midnight on the 16th of April we found this Best Western Plus. The girl at check-in was super nice and the hotel was very nice. It was clean and very modern. Love the floor tiles as opposed to carpet. The hotel is very close to New Orleans. Please don't speed in Gray. I noticed everyone was going very slow the next Sunday morning. I should have heeded what they were doing. I got a speeding ticket. That was my stupidity and doesn't take away from the hotel at all.

I stayed at this property 15 years ago on a family trip. To my surprise the property was updated and well maintained and we received the same level of service as last time. Great job!!! They added a very nice breakfast that includes waffles, fresh granola and bacon. Cant beat it, the hotel is right off the interstate so very easy to find.

We stayed at this hotel while our son attended the Manning Passing Academy at Nicholl's State University. The hotel was clean. The location was perfect since it was centrally located between Houma, LA, a city with many shopping and eating areas, and Thibodeaux, LA, the location of the camp. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very courteous. The AC was a little noisy but window type units usually are. During our stay we got used to it. Waffle House, KFC/Taco Bell & Burger King were within walking distance and other places to eat were about 5 miles away.

One of the best and cleans hotels in La. If I could stay in any hotel it would be one of the hotels that is join with this one just because of the great services and the kindness of the staff the way they try to make you feel like you are at home..

Would recommend this place to anyone! The only complaint was our shower door kept coming open and we had to stuff a towel in the crease to keep it shut while showering. The breakfast was really good. They changed it up every day to give you different food. It was a very clean hotel. Friendly service with check-in and lady tending to the food. It was a great and easy location since we did fishing charters in Houma. It wasn't too noisy with other guests. It had a nice lit up parking lot. We stayed here a week and were very pleased. Would like to stay again if we visit some other time. Also within 40-60 minutes from the plantations to tour!

very nice place to stay it is clean and safe. the staff is very helpful and friendly. the internet is average for hotel internet, but will get the job done. did not have the breakfast due to having to check out early for my trip.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Hospitality was so appreciated. It has quite a few restaurants within walking distance but getting around Gray is easy so we explored. We stayed here for 4 nights and travelled to New Orleans, oak alley plantation and other destinations from here. Also has a really nice breakfast, laundry facility , and outdoor pool.

The central location between Houma, Thibodaux, and Raceland make this a great place to stay. Also with it being right off Hwy 90 makes it so easy to get to. Also love the fact that they serve Community Coffee. So many hotel chains serve nasty coffee, this is a very welcomed plus.

The front desk staff was very nice. My only complaint is that the ceiling fan did not work. Oh, and there was a constant beeping sound coming from the drink machine near the elevators that we could hear from inside our room. The room was clean and did not smell.

This is a great hotel. Quiet and the staff was very helpful. They have a swimming pool that was very clean. The breakfest was good and hot. The location is a couple of miles out of Houma, but this is a plus. The morning and evening traffice in Houma gets quite busy at that time. I stay here and get cleaned up after work and let the traffice pass. Then go in to Houma to get something to eat.

My stay with family and friends was excellent. Service was good and the staff was helpful and very nice. I would recommend this facility to all my friends. We have another wedding in October 2016. I would recommend that the family and guests stay at Best Western.

I love staying @ the Best Western Plus. The staff is always so helpful and friendly & the beds are so comfy! I only wish that the breakfast hours were till 10 AM instead of 9:00 & check out was @ 12:00 noon.

Because of the location, apparently this hotel is a choice of individuals who work in the oil and gas industry. stay however it is very clean and quiet. The hotel seems to have guests who stay the whole work week. This is the second time we stayed at the property and it will be out choice when we are in that area again.

This particular Best Western ranked within the top 5 best experiences in hotels I've stayed in, and I stay in hotels 2-3 nights per week. It was under $100 but was as nicer and more comfortable than any Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. This will definitely be my home away from home when I'm in Houma in the future.

Very pleasant staff, great amenities, great location between Houma and Thibodaux and all of the attractions. Very family oriented. Would highly recommend and will plan to stay here next time we're in town.

Called ahead to find a room after emergency trip to Houma, LA and found this Best Western-Plus at US 90 and LA 24 intersection. As usual, wife wanted me to check room before we signed in and so I did. What a surprise! First class room in an out of the way place.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. They have a nice pool and internet in the rooms. There is a very nice breakfast and the orange juice was delicious! They have everything you need including food options across the parking lot and right next to the hotel. Waffle House, KFC and BurgerKing.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus for 3 nights during the Manning QB camp. The drive to Nicholls State was about 15 minutes so it was easy to get back and forth to the camp. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding with cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and many other options. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel was outstanding and would help in any way you needed. They have a nice pool and a great workout room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were in LA for the Manning Passing Academy July 9-12. This hotel was very clean with very friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were very comfortable and efficient Internet. Housekeeping was very efficient, in particular the housekeeper assigned to room 314 during our stay. I cannot say enough about this young lady. We had never been in LA and I asked her if she could give us easy directions to Bourbon St. She went as far as phoning her father and had him speak to me with directions. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of our room and the friendly staff.

Nice breakfast provided. Free beer on tap from 6-8. Very caring staff. Price within most average range. When I needed a flatter pillow for comfort, the staff located one for me. The hotel was recently remodeled and very clean and lovely

It was very nice for the price. I was completely surprised at how nice it was as I was expecting a mediocre hotel for the price. We stayed there because of the points special and are taking a cross country trip. However, once there it was obvious it had been renovated and updated and care was being taken to make it very nice. One of the best ones I have ever been to. Very clean and the staff was great.
