« Very nice!!! Clean and taken care of! Went out of their way for us!! »

We booked this hotel through trio advisor, we thought we were booking a park and stay where we stay the night, they bring us to the airport the next day and our car stays for the week so we don't have to pay the nightly fee at the airport. When we got here we found out that's not what we booked and to be honest with you we aren't sure if it was our fault or trip advisors fault. When we first walked in we could tell this hotel was very taken care of. Everything was clean up to date and painted. Paint looked fresh, the place seemed like it was older but you couldn't tell by the way it looked and is taken care of. The man at the counter Semi was very nice and professional, he explained that we had booked it wrong, made the corrections, upgraded our room because of the mistake and even gave us some breakfast items because we were going to be leaving before breakfast was offered at 6am. Next time we fly out of O'Hare airport we will be staying here again.

Beautiful area of Chicago! We had 3 rooms at this Best Western Plus and all were nice, clean and very comfortable beds. It's a hotel with great amenities and a friendly staff. Highly recommended for business or pleasure!

« Park and Sleep Program »

This is a nice hotel for long term parking while you travel from O'Hare airport. You can stay in the hotel the night before, or the night after your trip. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and nice. The breakfast is great with fresh scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles, yogurt and continental choices. Although further from the airport than some other places, it offers an efficient FREE shuttle drop-off and pick up service that gets you there in 20 minutes without traffic. They schedule you on the shuttle so that your flight departure and arrivals are well-planned for. We have used this place twice now and would go back again. Convenient and good value.

    « nice place--VERY accommodating stafff »

Large family in town for a family event and it coincided with the world series. The hotel was completely comfortable and clean and the staff could not have been more accommodating to our group. This experience was as good as we could have hoped--even better actually.

I have stayed here in previous years and was very impressed by the friendly staff. This year, they even surpassed that! I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my favorite foods, corned beef hash for breakfast! This was the first I have seen that at a Best Western, and I'm Diamond Select! Janet G.

« Clean room, good breakfast »

I've stayed here a few times. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The exercise room is one of the best I've used in any hotel. There are certain rooms next to the freeway that can be kind of loud. I sleep with the fan on high to drown out the noise. Nice big HD flat screen tv to watch my Cubs play in the World Series was really appreciated.

    « under construction but clean.good staff. »

great good and clean asked for fridge which they provided best latest room was good and clean ac was good. it was quite.tamprature was good. bath room and supplies were good bed were good nice and comertable

    « Better than expected! »

My husband and I shared a suite with another couple as part of a park, sleep, fly program in September 2016. When you enter the area and see the exterior of the hotel, you might worry as we did about the quality of this stay. But DONT WORRY! It is much better than expected. Inside, the staff members were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I even mentioned to my husband that this check-in procedure was one of the best I had experienced in a long time. The suite is lovely and spacious, boasting 2 separate bathrooms, a large bedroom, and a living area that turns into a second bedroom. There is a kitchenette area and small dining table. We were very pleased with the room, the décor, and the stay. The beds are very comfortable! The only thing I would complain about is the bathroom being TINY. A girl needs at least a little room! Our flight was leaving unbelievably early in the morning, but we were given fruits and bagels since we were missing the breakfast time. Again, accommodating and friendly! There is a shuttle to and from the airport! We enjoyed our stay at Best Western and were glad the stay exceeded our expectations!

« Best of the Best »

Service and Amenities are the best we've experienced in the US and Glenview is again at the top of our Best Western experiences. The staff we've met on our stays here are well-trained and a pleasure to stay with.

« Great park and fly hotel »

This is an excellent hotel for those wishing a Park and Fly option near Chicago's O'Hare airport. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes drive to the airport, with free 24 hour shuttle service. You can park your vehicle for up to 21 days for no additional charge- a Great value. The hotel is located in a suburban neighborhood which is safe and the parking is well lite at night. The hotel ,which has 3 floors, is older but has been updated .The lobby and breakfast areas are very nice. A complimentary breakfast buffet is included with a nice selection of hot and cold items: eggs, waffles, ham, hash browns, cereal, fruit and fruit juice, coffee and tea. We were upgraded to a 2 room suits for no additional charge. The room was very clean and quiet, the bathroom is small but everything worked well. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again whenever flying out of O'Hare.

    « Great Stay »

When we checked in, the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the pillows were a little uncomfortable. The breakfast bar was a little nicer than others, as they had scrambled eggs and canadian bacon along with they typical things- waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, etc. We would stay there again.

    « Park - Fly - Sleep »

Going on extended vacation and needed parking and motel. This was near perfect. Excellent service, professional, friendly and efficient along with very nice facilities. About 15 minutes north of O'Hare but convenient. Drop off of car was simple and we used shuttle bus offered to get to airport. Gone for a little more than three weeks and return was just as easy. Called for shuttle which picked us up quickly. Check in was again simple and friendly which was appreciated after 14 hours of traveling. Room was upgraded to suite and was beautiful. Asked and got good recommendation about restaurant across the parking lot. Good food with nice selection of burgers, pizzas (deep dish also) and beers. Morning breakfast was good although a large group here for trade show complicated things but staff handled this well and soon everything was back to normal. Well done by all staff and would highly recommend this facility.

« Effective park, sleep, & fly - but at a distance from airport »

Our room was very large with a separate bedroom and living room area. Quite clean. With the size of the room, the bathroom was surprisingly small. Happy with the room overall. We left on the shuttle to the airport before breakfast began but there were some items like bagels available for us which was appreciated. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport before rush hour traffic began. It leaves hourly. The seatbelts in the van didn't all work properly. We returned during rush hour. It took about 35 minutes from the time we called until the van arrived. I recommend calling as soon as you land in order to shorten your wait. The drive back to the hotel was about 30 minutes. Overall this hotel worked fine for park, sleep, & fly especially at the rate for parking our car for 2 weeks. You just need to be aware of the distance from the airport and set your expectations accordingly.

« Out of the way but worth it. »

Nothing affordable Chicago force us out of the city. Was worth the extra miles, especially with the food options in area and the breakfast on Sunday. Room was clean and the bed was great for my bad back.

    « 1st review »

Good hotel, has fridge but no microwave in room. Have to use the one in the lobby. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Some resteraunts within walking distance. Shopping near by. Stayed here for business. Reasonable rate

« Love Best Western Hotels »

These are very nice hotels, solid buildings, nice sound proof rooms, very nice rooms, good breakfast, great stuff, convenient locations. We've been Best Western Reward Members for many years, love the reward promotions every year, very helpful and easy to earn reward points. Used reward points this time for a nice suite. Highly recommended!

« My new FAVORITE hotel »

We did a park-sleep-ride thing with Best Western Plus in Glenview. It was so far beyond what we could have expected. 1st: the hotel is marvelous - maintenance, cleanliness, breakfast, etc.... absolutely wonderful. BUT where this place stands out is their people. Zeno the van driver is -- get this -- an engineering mechanic from Poland. If your car looks as though BOTH their rotors on their brakes have broken during your three-weeks away, he Knows A Guy. Yeah, this is Chicago -- but he really does! He knows a fabulous honest mechanic a few miles away who will fix you up, grinding that rust away and getting you on the road. Meanwhile, Sami, the behind-the-reception desk guy, is also an utter jewel -- he speaks six languages (including Aramaic) and will take pity on you, giving you a good rate and taking you under his wing while you rest, jet-lagged, waiting for the weekend to end and mechanic's shop to open. DO NOT Pass this place up. Totally changed my opinion of Best Westerns. There aren't enough stars in the sky. I've been to the Chicago area several times and not been thrilled about any of the hotels I've chosen -- until this one. Go to Best Western Glenview. Meet Sami, meet Zeno, and have your world enriched.

« a must stay I give this place 5 STARS for sure the the money best breakfast (free) »

up for a family wedding for a long weekend, rooms very clean 100,00 night great price a must go a check out the location is perfect and there are two great restaurants Johnny's and North Branch restaurant right across the street walking distance. the employees are all very nice and wiling to help you at a drop of a hat.and you are out of the main traffic artery so your in a nice little neighbor hood. a Must go ill be heading back for sure for my 35 class reunion and will be staying again just be-sure to book early its cheaper

    « Family trip to son's college »

Overall very nice hotel and great value. Second stay here and will definitely stay again. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice complimentary breakfast, nice atmosphere in dining area, water and tea in lobby, cleanable remote for TV, free WIFI, convenient parking,, bright lit bathroom.

I would have given this Hotel a much higher review but, I believe the reviews should be about the total experience and the overall impression of the Stay. We flew out for a quick weekend of a Billy Joel Concert (Wrigley's Field) , sightseeing in Milwaukee and finishing up with the sights in Downtown Chicago. For the location.......Excellent , Nice surrounding neighborhood, BUT close enough to Downtown and venues. Room, small Bathrooms (OK, I guess). Check-in ok From there the Service or the lack of was sad. Although we mostly just spent the night, The Breakfast was not of the "Best Western PLUS" quality. Opened late on the weekend, and was out of stuff before the close. The morning clerk was NO help at all. When we went to check out, She was no where to be found. I would stay there again, because I'm sure Staff people like her will not be staying there long unless they have an attitude change.

    « Enjoyed the stay »

We really enjoyed our stay in this friendly, clean hotel. The room - double queen suite, was spacious and well worth it. Mrs Kasia at the reception desk is very helpful and provides great customer service. Thanks again.

« Great place to stay »

Very friendly staff and very clean room. We used the park and fly feature and found this hotel is only one of a few that allows for a 30 day stay. Excellent breakfast and the shuttle service to the airport went well. Will stay at this hotel if we plan on traveling in the area again.

    « Stay here! »

The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable! My wife, daughter and myself slept so good here, comfy mattress and high thread count sheets and very quiet, no noise from other rooms or hallway. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We did a park, stay and fly and the drivers were very prompt and professional. The breakfast has a huge selection too. This is our preferred hotel when flying out of O'Hare!

    « Very nice hotel »

Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Gave us a room away from traffic. Room was great very clean, updated and roomy. My only complaint is on the weekends breakfast didn't open until 7 which is late I think. Also, there was no fresh fruit? Which was kind of weird. Definitely would stay again.

« Took the worry out of O'Hare and saved money »

We did the "park, sleep, fly" and it was a totally positive experience. We left our car in a secure parking place after a great night sleep and were driven to O'Hare. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. And, we got the night in a room plus transport to/from the airport with parking for less than we would have paid for parking alone at a lot. Took all the worry out of going to O'Hare. Thank you Best Western. Oh, yeah. The breakfast was good and there is a restaurant next to the property that serves great food. Couldn't beat it.

    « Excellent Customer Service! »

We had the best customer service at this hotel from the front desk agent Sam. He was so pleasant and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a great one! And the room was very nice, and bathroom spotlessly clean. A wonderful experience.

    « 1 night pleasant surprise stay »

My stay here was accidental, I stayed in this hotel as a result of flight malfunction & delay. However, this was a truly pleasant stay, since I thought the airline would be choosing a cheap hotel for the overnight stay, this was the exact opposite! Cleanliness is 10/10, spotless clean Room is very comfortable (bed & pillows). All amenities you would expect to find are there. The hotel is very cozy & quiet and surrounded by walking distance to cafes & restaurants. The reception clerk (Sami) was very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very small, that's the only drawback I can think of. I loved the calm cozy vibe of this place, I will definitely be checking out other hotels of this chain for my future stays. Thank you!

« Nice hotel but airport shuttle service questionable »

In general, this is a nice hotel to stay at. It was clean and rooms were very nice. Included breakfast bar with lots of hot and cold options including scrambled eggs, hot sausage, waffle, yogurt with fresh fruits, etc. Price is very competitive with others in the area, and it's just about 20 mins from the airport. On the other hand, the pickup Airport shuttle was terrible. It took them over two hours to get us picked up, and each time we called they said it should be arriving soon. Other hotel's shuttles kept coming in and out and we just had to wait patiently. Also, the shuttle van includes an extremely dangerous stool the driver uses next to him which he used to accommodate a young teen. Then he drove above speed limit (sometimes driving at 80+ mph on highway), and off-course the stool has no seat-belt available. A sudden stop or an accident would have caused the teen to be ejected through the dash window like a bullet. In contrast, the morning airport shuttle was friendly and drove carefully. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel, just better off if you get there on your own and not using their airport shuttle service.

    « Hurribke »

Waiting 1 + hours for airport shuttle! The manager at the front desk said "it's not my fault". He couldn't even tell us when/if the shuttle was on the way!!! Worst service and communication ever!! Still waiting Still waiting. Still waiting. They won't tell us where the shuttle is. It has been an hour..................

« Park and Fly FAIL »

We thought it would be a good idea to park and fly from here because they include parking for up to 21days...the return pickup is horrible. We waited for an hour after requesting the shuttle. They ask your return time at check in. We called 3 times to check on the shuttle before it arrived Hampton Inn on Manheim was so much better.

This was a leisure trip to Chicago to visit relatives. I chose this hotel as it was near to them. I was very satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel and I thought it was fairly priced. I would stay there again and I recommend it to others.

« Great Place to Stay »

The Best Western Glenview is a nice clean place to stay in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. It was very clean and what a great location. They offer a nice breakfast buffet in the morning and free coffee all day. We really enjoyed our stay. You can walk to several restaurants and there is a restaurant with a bar in the same parking lot.

« Stayed for the Park & Ride service. BEWARE! »

checked in on a Friday night. We just got done driving 3 hours to arrive in Chicago to catch a flight Saturday morning. We were given our hotel key and went up to floor 3. Opened the door and someone was already in the room!!! We went back downstairs and there was a mob of about 30 people coming in off a bus right in the lobby! It was pure chaos. They did correct the issue and give us a suite room. I would have given them a 3 star review for their room-fiasco and been done with it. However, their park & ride service was even more terrible. I was given an envelope with instructions on how to get picked up when coming back a week later at O'Hare. I called and called a few times for a duration of 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone. I did get through, and they said someone is on their way! So we waited and waited and an hour later someone showed up. I saw other hotels come to the pick up spot 2-3 times while waiting for my hotel to arrive in the van. Boy, I wish I went with them instead. The room was clean and had nice air conditioning, so as a hotel, it wasn't bad. I have to say their shampoos, conditioners, face lotions, and body wash was a nice surprise. And I never use hotel toiletries. My hair felt softer than my shampoo at home actually! But service was terrible on all ends.

« Absolutely amazing - loved this hotel »

A number of us stayed here as a family member was getting married. At a time when other chicago hotel prices were through the roof, this place was AMAZING value for money. Super comfortable, great breakfast, great gym and pool. I LOVED it. We ended up staying for the whole week. The owners were so kind and nice and the hotel rooms were immaculate. Thank you

« Chicago in the summertime... »

The only problem I had was the price was bit steep for what we got, but no real complaint. Very nice hotel. Wi-fi was good, rooms were clean as was the hotel itself. The gentleman who checked us in made sure to find us a room away from the interstate noise.

« One of the nicest Park and Fly hotels I've experienced »

Upon arrival we were greeted by the the general manager, Kasia and felt immediately at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again when flying out of Chicago.

    « Poor Customer Service »

To sum up my review if you don't want to read the whole thing: The shuttle service is non-existent, staff were not friendly or enthusiastic about you being there, the breakfast was not ready on time, and the rooms have very small bathrooms and if you are by the road they are quite noisy. In case anyone is wondering, there is a pool but no hot tub. I did not use the pool so cannot comment on it. We were traveling as a group of 9 people and had called ahead of time to see if the hotel shuttle could meet us at the Chicago Executive airport(10 minute drive). When we arrived we were told a minimum of 45 minutes before they would be able to pick us up. The FBO offered us a ride to the hotel since 45 minutes was too long for our group. The check in staff were not very enthusiastic. We asked if we could schedule the shuttle to go back to the airport the next day at 6:30am. Apparently the shuttle only goes out hourly so either 6am or 7am but nothing in between. I ended up in a room by the highway which had lots of traffic noise at all hours of the night. I found the bathrooms very small with hardly any counter space to set anything. The toilet was running constantly when I arrived in my room. I was able to fix it by moving something in the tank. The room was nice a cool when I arrived which was nice. Since we were wanting to leave the hotel at 6:30am I was hoping to have breakfast at 6am when it started. When I arrived at the breakfast area at 6:02am, the lights were still off. I came back at 6:15am and there was some food out. The creamy peanut butter was half hard in the little packet. They were still bringing more food out for the breakfast at 6:30am when I was leaving. I found the selection lacking compared to other free hotel breakfasts.

« Great Place to Stay and Great Price »

This best western was a good value and convenient location to Chicago. The breakfast was great and so was the pool, clean and just the right temperature. It is within walking distance of a Late night Wendy's,late night Dunkin Donuts, and Baskin Robins. It is 15 minutes from O'Hare and about 30 min from Chicago if you have a car. There is a train to Buffalo Grove from the city.

    « Sleep and fly »

Stayed for a flight out of O'Hare. Nice quite place with nearby places to eat. Shuttle came right on time. Only complaint was a plugged up toilet. Had a hard time getting the front desk to help with this since housekeeping was gone. Breakfast was what you would expect. Nothing special. Overall I would come back if I need to fly again.

« Best Western - truly one of the BEST! »

Stayed overnight while visiting Evanston, IL to pick up my daughter, who had just completed her freshman year at Northwestern University! Only 11 miles from campus and fairly direct route! Modern facility, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed with firm and soft pillows! Breakfast was hot and enjoyable with good variety! Looking forward to our stay in November, for NU Family Weekend. Next time will be in a Suite with two Queen beds! Double Thumbs up!

    « Everything you want »

Clean and new. Breakfast, fitness center, business center. You want a clean, functioning room for a good night's sleep, this is it. All new furnishings (beds and linens included) in the rooms. Best Westerns are really stepping up these days.

« This place has gone down hill but GM was wonderful »

I first stayed in this hotel when it was new and loved it. This time it certainly showed lots of wear. We arrived late one evening and were very disappointed. The bottom sheet of our bed had two stains and there was a rather large one on the bedspread. There were stray hairs in the bathroom and the tile on the floor was chipped and cracked. The bathroom area is very small and the door is hollow and therefore not very sound proof. The previous times I stayed here I was alone, so this was not a problem, but this time my husband was with me and it was tight with two of us. The hollow door provided no sound proofing while my husband showered and I tried to continue to sleep. We also had someone very loud above us who seemed to be running a marathon until 2:00 am and then started up again early in the morning. Be sure to ask for the third floor when checking in. Since it was late, we did not call the desk that night, but called first thing in the morning. The general manager, Kascia, was wonderful. She and the head of housekeeping arrived in our room within about 10 minutes of my call. She was very apologetic and offered to move us to another room as soon as one was available. Within 30 minutes she arrived at the door with keys to the new room and she comped our first night. The new room was much better. But for the quick action of Kascia, I would probably not stay in this hotel again.

« Convienient Place to Stay »

My husband and I were in the Chicago area to visit museums in Chicago and then travel on to Indiana. We stayed three nights on the way down and because we liked it so much booked another two on the way back. We had a king bed room both times. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most and always included eggs and another protein choice. Our first room was a little more spacious than the second, but both were very clean and nicely decorated. Both rooms had a nice stuffed chair and ottoman and a very nice desk chair. but a smallish refrigerator. Coffee was always available in the lobby. It was near enter and exit ramp to to I-294 (tollway) as well. It has an outdoor pool.

« Park, sleep, fly worked out great »

The staff at the hotel were incredibly sweet and helpful. When I arrived to stay the night before my morning flight the man who checked me in was very helpful and got me all set up for the shuttle. My room was clean and comfortable and even though I was on the first floor there wasn't a lot of noise. On my return trip when I called to have the shuttle pick me up from the airport the man at the desk said it would be 45 minutes so he would send a taxi and pay for that instead. I ended up sharing it with another couple who stayed at the hotel which worked out nicely. My car was not damaged in any way and it felt like a safe area to leave it for a week. Overall I am pleased with the experience!

« Poor experience at this hotel »

I went on my daughter's recommendation as my the four of us were doing a sleep park and fly at O'Hare Airport. The first problem came when my daughter went to her room and somebody was already in it! When we came back into O'Hare we had to wait over 45 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive after 3 calls. It then took an additional 25 minutes to get to the hotel as the driver waited for another passenger who never showed up!. Because of the traveling experience I will not stay with the hotel again and I would definately have second thoughts about other Best Western locations.

« Experience marred by shuttle »

At the tail end of our Park, Fly, Sleep we enjoyed an hour's wait for the shuttle to return to the hotel. After watching the third and fourth arrivals of shuttles from other hotels, we had had enough. When the van did arrive we learned that the claims of "traffic" didn't explain a front-of-the-van filled with highly perishable food items such as a case of eggs. So, rather than pick us up, rather than telling us the truth about why they're running behind, and rather than setting our expectations correctly, they shined us on with "they'll be there in a few minutes" and went food shopping. We'd have been fine with the truth and could have backed into the air conditioned terminal.

    « Comfortable Suites »

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was very comfortable with the suite TV room and a TV in the bedroom area. Our granddaughter had a blast. It is conveniently located to downtown Chicago. We took the train to Michigan Avenue and did not have to worry about parking in Chicago. We were able to ride the L all around the Chicago Loop. Had a really great time.

    « Park/Sleep/Fly »

We stayed at this hotel for the park/sleep/fly option and favorable reviews. We weren't disappointed! Room was very nice and what I see more in the Westin/Hyatt type hotel chains. Shuttle runs 24/7 which some of the park/sleep/fly options don't offer. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast since our shuttle was at 3:00 am. Good area as well. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

    « Great hotel »

This hotel let's you park your car. And that's not the thing why I am giving it 5 stars. We stayed here for 2 nights. 1 night before we fly and 1 night after our 10 days vacation to Asia. The neighborhood seems like it's very safe. And the room was big. It has it's kitchenette and a living room. And they have a shuttle to the airport. Pretty good breakfast. Really awesome hotel.

    « What a great place »

My friend and I stayed here after a 3 week trip to Europe. They let you park your car here while you're gone as part of the cost of a room. The shuttle drivers were great, the hotel is very accommodating and the beds were wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite. You're close to the airport but far enough away not to hear the planes. A great oasis after a long trip.

« Checked in and out within 20 mins »

I will wait for the hotel management to contact me before writing any review. I had an issue that I feel needs the managements attention. I am a business traveler with an average of 100 nights per yr in a hotel room

    « Excellent hotel »

Very satisfied with all aspects of this hotel. Excellent staff and friendly, helpfull attention to needs of customers. Free, very good breakfast. Easy access from the interstate. Room and its accommodations were very thorough and customer friendly. Highly recommended hotel.

    « Park & Fly »

A one night stay before a very early morning flight out of O'Hare provided a very comfortable good night's sleep - even though it was "short". We even got some coffee and juice from the breakfast area before we took the hotel shuttle to the airport, in spite of the fact that breakfast wasn't going to be served for another 30 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and not having to drive in O'Hare traffic or worry about parking there was well worth the price of the room! This will be my "go to" place for future O'Hare flights!

« attention to detail, make this a really nice place to stay »

I initially came to this hotel because my flight had been cancelled and this is where I was sent. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and well managed, but it also had a charm I hadn`t expected. You walk into the lobby where there is a cozy circle of armchairs around a fireplace with an artifical fire in the fireplace.Behind that is the dining area, which is also very nice. There is attention to little details that make it a very nice place to be. Breakfast comes with your stay and it is generous, with waffles, eggs and sausage, muffins, bagels, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices etc.The staff are all welcoming and very helpful. There are even free homemade cookies and coffee available in the lobby. The rooms are well lit and nicely appointed. The towels are folded in unique ways, making it a bit more special. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in dispensers in the shower. There is a pool and area that face a highway. It was a very satisfying experience. I would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again. You get a lot for your money.

« Great park and fly »

Wow- I didn't know that Best Westerns could be this nice! The building was new and attractive, as were our rooms. We were all pleasantly surprised. We stayed overnight here prior to a morning flight out of O'Hare, then left our vehicle for the duration of our trip. First of all, Sami upgraded us automatically to suites, which we loved. The breakfast was good (and included), the shuttle arrived on schedule with no issues, and the return shuttle was wonderful. We had a bit of trouble navigating to find the return shuttle, but not too much. We will definitely stay again if we need a park and fly in the future!

« Great Stay and Fly Package »

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property prior to flying out of O'hare Airport. Great Stay and Fly Package. We drove in from out of town due to an early morning departure. We were able to keep our car onsite at the property for the duration of our time away. Hotel staff took us to the airport in the morning in a timely fashion and returned to O'hare to pick us up when our return flight arrived. They include breakfast in the package as well. Since we had an early flight and breakfast wasn't yet available at the property they provided bagged breakfasts that we could eat on the way to the airport. Will definitely consider this property again on vacations originating out of O'hare.

« Park Fly and Sleep - A real gem »

We booked this through Park Sleep and Fly for the start of our vacation. Our plan was to park, fly and then sleep upon our return. We arrived and were warmly welcomed by the person at the desk. Even though we were not staying that day, we were invited to eat breakfast before our shuttle ride to the airport. Nice! Our transport to the airport was quick and comfortable. When we returned, the desk staff was very responsive to our request for pick-up. We arrived at the hotel and upgraded to a suite. The room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accomodating. I would recommend this to others and will definitely stay here again!

« Clean, quiet, friendly, convenient »

A great hotel. That was evident when we walked into the clean, modern lobby and up to the front desk and were greeted by a smiling accommodating gentleman. He noticed my German last name and began chatting with me in German to which I responded, also in German. He explained how he had visited Germany and admired the country and its language. I explained to him that my father had been born in Germany. That conversation revealed what a friendly person he was, willing to make us feel right at home. When we got to our room, we found it to be thoroughly modern and absolutely spotless, with a flat screen LG television and, of course, instant internet. The all important bathroom was also spotless with plenty of towels, and wash cloths and containers containing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash conveniently attached to the shower/tub walls. The next morning we had a full, nourishing breakfast with great coffee. The same gentleman was at the desk when we checked out and we exchanged good byes and best wishes in,of course, German. A great place. We will be back,

    « Great place »

My family and I loved our stay here. The rooms are really nice, clean and big. The staff is very friendly and professional. The location was perfect, close to the airport and downtown. The internet was fast. Breakfast was great.

    « Great Park/Sleep/Fly option »

We found this hotel from the Park/Sleep/Fly website for O Hare. We drove down from Minneapolis on a Saturday, and had an early flight out of O Hare on Sunday morning. The front desk person (Sami) was very professional and courteous. He saw the size of our kids and upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was very clean, and our room was great! After the included coffee/breakfast, we were able to get the hotel shuttle at 7am to the airport, and leave our car there for the week we were gone. We were given a card with shuttle information for when our vacation was over. Upon arrival at the airport on our return flight, we called the number they gave us, and the shuttle was waiting when we came out to the curb. When we got to the hotel at midnight, they had the key all ready, so we just walked in and went right to our room and went to sleep. It was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here on the park-sleep-fly deal again!!

    « Comfortable Stay »

Our hotel room was very comfortable and hotel stuffs are very helpful. O'hare airport is about 9 miles away. This is a good choice if you are flying out from O'hare. You can take a shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast was good too. Across the street, there is a mall which has different kinds of restaurant and burger shop, bakery and coffee shops. It's nice to walk to there to get little snack. We would come back this hotel whenever we visit this area.

    « Exceeded our expectations »

This is an excellent choice for park/sleep/fly. These people went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is very clean. The shuttle service was superb. I highly recommend using this service. This is where we will be staying from now on. He staff is super friendly and personable. I

« Great park and fly hotel stay »

The staff at the Best Western Plus Glenview made our mission team's pre-trip stay a wonderful experience. Clean and comfortable accommodations and free parking for the duration of our trip to the Philippines!

    « Excellent »

A co-worker and I stayed at this hotel in separate rooms for a business trip and were extremely satisfied with the friendly staff, both rooms and amenities. We both agree that we would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

« Suberb hotel and exceptional staff »

This was the absolute best hotel we have stayed at. From phone reservation, to check in and out, reliable shuttle service, great breakfast, very clean rooms, good rates, nice décor. It will be our only choice for a Park/Sleep/Fly from Chicago. Employees are kind and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel. There is a restaurant right by hotel.

« Overnight stay and use of the workout room »

Stayed at the Best Western Plus in Glenview overnight with a friend. She had a business meeting late that morning not far from the motel. We had time to eat the breakfast which was great as was the coffee. Usual fare of waffles, yogurt, and fruit. I must say that the scrambled eggs tasted homemade. The Canadian bacon was dry. I used the workout facilities while she was at the meeting. I was able to drop the temp, in the room, so I didn't get overheated while I was on the treadmill. There was a large screen TV to watch the morning news and I had the place to myself. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows were hard for some reason. Would stay there again.

    « Value and Location »

I have stayed here a number of times in recent months while receiving medical care in Glenview. Always a great stay, no disappointments in any way. Easy to get to location at a really good price As a bonus the North Branch restaurant next door makes a very decent pizza.

« Park Sleep and Fly »

Well this is a great idea for travelers. We live about 40 miles away from the airport. When we heard about this option of Park Sleep and Fly we jumped on it. The shuttle was quick and on time being closer to the airport is reassuring. Reasonable rates and your car is safe. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. We called when we landed and in a short time it picked us up outside of the Hilton at the airport. Also next door is a great restaurant.

« Outstanding Service and Great Accomodations »

We repeatedly have made this hotel our destination for Park Sleep Fly as we travel from Chicago on a regular basis. The Best Western Plus Glenview-Chicagoland Inn & Suites has become our "home hotel" for all such bookings. They offer excellent customer service from front desk (Sami makes sure all details are tended to, generously offers upgrades if suites are available and repeatedly goes the extra mile to ensure his guests are well tended to) to Rodney who provides shuttle transport to the host of others who make any stay with this hotel superb. Nearby (walkable if desired) eating establishments and there is a good full hot breakfast that is offered in the morning. To boot, they have parking privileges that extend beyond most of the other Park Sleep Fly establishments. If you need parking beyond the designated allotment, ask and they will work with you. When at the hotel during one of our arrival visits we had car battery issues, they helped us secure jumper cables and arranged for assistance when we returned to solve the problem. To say the least, it was over-the-top customer service. This hotel is comprised of genuinely nice and caring staff and management. You won't be disappointed with your stay!

« By far the best Park-Sleep-Fly hotel »

We chose this Best Western because it offered up to 3 weeks free parking with Park-sleep-fly. No other park-sleep-fly option comes close to the hospitality and comfort of this hotel. It is outstanding. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and courteous and upgraded us to a suite. Upon the recommendation of the front desk staff, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at North Branch, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The shuttle schedule worked well. The hotel provided clear, printed instructions regarding how to order the shuttle upon our return. We had the same friendly driver for both going to the airport and returning to the hotel. He even helped scrape snow and ice off of our car upon our return.

    « Flexible and Pampered »

We used the Park, Sleep, Fly site to book our room (and parking time) for this inn. We felt so pampered walking into well-appointed rooms with lots of extras. The shuttle worked out well, and was included in our rate. One tip given was that if you are parking your vehicle while you travel, back into your parking space in case the battery is low upon your return. We were out of the country and our flight was cancelled. We weren't able to call, but were able to email the General Manager (email given to us before flying). She changed our reservation for the next night. When we walked in, worn out, she greeted us by name, and told us she had upgraded us to a suite. We were given our keycard right away and encouraged to rest. It was a few hours before the regular check-in time. We felt pampered and left quite refreshed. Thank you to all who had a hand in that!!!!

« Best Park, Sleep, and Fly ever!!! »

This was by far the best Park-Sleep-Fly we've ever experienced. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful---the kind man behind the desk offered and prepared a sack-breakfast for us as we had to depart before breakfast was served. The shuttles were prompt (24 hours), and we had 30 days of free parking. There is an excellent restaurant next door for anyone needing a meal. Our stay was very pleasant, and it was an exceptional value. We'll be back.

    « Best option »

We stayed here a few months back for a Park Sleep Fly deal. Wow- such a great place! Staff was welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded to a large suite, which was nice. Room very comfortable and well lit. The workout facility was super clean! Our flight was too early to have breakfast, but they did have coffee ready and I had snagged a cookie the night before! Shuttle was a breeze- prompt and kind. Both drivers we had were very sweet. We will definitely stay here again!

« Great park and fly service »

The whole experience was great for the start of our Hawaii trip, the room was very nice and clean. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, as was the shuttle driver. The place was easy to find, just off Interstate 294, but didn't notice any highway noise in our room on the front side of the hotel. There is a restaurant right next door with good food and pizzas. If we fly out of O'hare again we would definitely check with this hotel first for the park & fly package.

    « Excellent Service »

This hotel not only met, but exceeded my expectations. The staff were much more helpful than any other O'Hare area hotels and I have stayed at many. I recommend a look if you are planning a trip. I used park sleep and fly. Free parking for 14 days.

« Great park and fly experience »

Needed a hotel that would let us park for over 3 weeks while we went to Hawaii and this place fit the bill. Got an upgrade to a suite and were very pleased with the room. Good breakfast and easy check-in. Prompt shuttle to airport. Hope return goes as well. We'll be back.

    « Excellent Service! »

We had the best experience at this Best Western! We parked our car for a 2 week family vacation to the Dominican Republic, flying out of Chicago ~ O'Hare. Upon arrival the clerk saw that we had registered as a family of 6 and that our room was not going to be big enough so he complimentarily upgrades us to a suite. Our flight out was at 3 am and the service to the airport was prompt and courteous. The clerk also made us up a breakfast to go since we would not be able to partake in the continental breakfast provided with our room. Upon arriving back from the DR we were able to get a shuttle back to the hotel without hassle or problem. Our car was as we left it. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Next door was an excellent authentic Chicago pizza restaurant. We happened to hit it right with Mondays being half off pizza, so the meal for two pizzas was less than $30 and we had leftovers after feeding all 6 of us! EXCELLENT experience and HIGHLY recommended!!!! Best service we have had in years!!!

    « Business »

Very Pleasant surprise. Nicely updated property with nice amenities and helpful staff. Nice Business Center with conference table. Also a nice Fitness Center with some weight equipment in addition to treadmill and stairmaster. Unfortunately the treadmill was down when I was there. Hopefully, they get that fixed! Breakfast area was bigger than most which was nice and selections were nice too. Overall, a nice overnite. If in the area, will definitely stay here again...

    « Park, Sleep, Fly »

This was our first experience at this hotel. Suite style rooms are very comfortable. Continental breakfast was great. Staff was very professional and attentive to needs. Door to door transport to O'Hare airport reduced the stress of traveling.

« Great rooms and perfect park and fly service! »

We had big, comfortable rooms and great service. There were more people flying out at the time we were going so the hotel without complaint hired an extra taxi and we all left promptly. We even were given bagels and cream cheese to take with us because we left before the breakfast was scheduled.

« Great park and fly »

We have used this hotel several times to leave our car when we go out of town. It is immaculate and the staff is very friendly. Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom are a plus. Heat worked great. It is in a perfect location to o hare. We highly recommend this hotel.

« Great Place to Sleep, Park, and Fly »

We chose to stay in this hotel because we could keep our car there for 16 nights for no additional cost. The staff of very friendly and professional. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV in both rooms. The shuttle service was waiting for us when we left for our early morning flight and when we returned. The driver of the shuttle was friendly and helpful which we appreciated because my husband is a disabled veteran. We have already told many friends about this wonderful hotel. We will stay again when we have to drive to Chicago to catch a flight.

« Perfect Hub for Chicagoland visits! »

This is a perfect place to stay when you want the best of both and suburbs! easy access to all and a very friendly and restful place to recoup from an active day! Nice complimentary breakfast and if you need to order in at night, there is a great restaurant next door. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our little home away from home!

« Great value for the money; good location »

Family had 2 rooms over Christmas weekend when in area visiting family. Made reservations only a few days before and asked for a discount. Transferred and the person did give us about a 10-15% discount which was nice. Arrived late Christmas night figuring we'd have to scare up a desk clerk but a very friendly and helpful lady took care of us and at least two other staff were also around. Rooms were clean and looked to be updated. Free parking. Free wifi which worked very well which our 20-somethings loved. I was so tired I didn't think to analyze the beds but remember thinking they weren't a normal bed. Maybe memory foam on a platform. One in our party didn't care for the bed but rest of us found them ok. Lots of pillows. Warm in our room but that was ok because cold and damp outside. By day 2 we had figured the heating out. Unit by the window did run a lot but we were grateful for the heat and that you could control it. Other room put their AC on for a bit and said it worked. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in shower were full. Hairdryer worked. Iron worked and full ironing board in room. Breakfast area and lobby nice. We came late to breakfast so it was a little sparse but that was our fault. To me, the layout of the buffet seemed backward in that you had to walk past everything and double back to get your food but that's was just my take on it. Standard fare of eggs, biscuits and gravy, wafflemaker, cereal, bakery items, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, and beverages. Easy access to I-294 and not that far from O'hare to south or I think Gurnee Mills or Six Flags about 40 minutes north of here.

« Best Western Plus Glenview »

Great hotel with a great staff and friendly service. Modern, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Chicago going through O'Hare. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

« Would have been better if the heater worked consistently »

Lots of plusses about this place. Breakfast, Comfortable beds, friendly check in, safe. Minuses. Bathroom had hair behind the door and on the wall of the shower. The heater would turn itself off every hour. We had to get up and turn it back on. We talked to the young lady at the front desk at checkout. We did not want anyone else to experience a night like we did. No, "we are sorry and will get it fixed". An acknowledgement of having a problem with the heater. Also, the pillows we horrible. We would stay again if the heater works.

« You Get More Than You Pay For »

This hotel is a real gem! It's clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food is what you'd expect from a hotel buffet, but it's kept clean and the breakfast area is quite nice. My room had a nice big desk area with plenty of plug ins and decent free wi-fi.

« Great start and end to our trip »

We were treated so well at this hotel that it put us in a wonderful frame of mind for our trip to Europe. Our car was totally safe and we were able to park for 15 nights for only the cost of our room. The shuttle service to the airport was spot on and only took about 20 minutes. Certainly recommend especially for park, sleep and fly.

« Great stay, friendly service »

We originally chose this property for it's generous parking policy for vacationers (3weeks in our case) and shuttle service to O'Hare. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We not only received free parking and shuttle to the airport, but a great, comfortable room and a very nice breakfast that included juice, coffee, etc plus yogurt, eggs, ham, and more. A special thank you to Sammi who treated us like family.

« Excellent Property, including airport convenience! »

This well maintained BW property provided me with a very comfortable night of rest. The shuttle to the airport was efficient, and very helpful. The breakfast is good. I like the proximity to a Mormon Temple just down the street as well. This is in a lovely part of the greater Chicago area, giving access to most any part of the city, convenient to the interstate as well.

    « Very satisfied »

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus. We had several suites for a family event and all were very happy with their rooms, gathering space in the lobby and excellent service from staff. Would highly recommend this facility. We will stay there whenever we come to the area!

« Just what we needed in the Chicago area »

Easy to locate, with some assistance from the GPS. Excellent restaurants within walking distance in a very safe area. Not a bad drive into the city for sightseeing, if you wait until mid morning. If you are proceeding east in your travels, be prepared for a long, slow drive until you are clear of the greater Chicago area.

    « It was average »

It was clean. The staff seemed friendly enough. The breakfast was awful. not much variety. We were down early, was not impressed. Went to a nearby restaurant instead. Overheard a gentleman trying to get a shuttle. He was not having much luck with the staff. Would probably stay again, just because of the location to family, but would check other places first

    « More than expected »

What a delight to walk into such a roomy, clean suite. And the bed was so very comfortable. Just what I needed. Breakfast options had something for everyone, I think. Will keep this one on our list for the next time we need to stay in the area.

« Poor Customer Handling & Shuttle Service »

I have to wait for more than 2 hours for the shuttle at O'Hare International Airport. The hotel staff Semi and driver of the shuttle were rude and irresponsible. Hotel room amenities are reasonably good.

    « Great hotel »

Stayed at another hotel in the area in the past and decided to try this property. Couldn't be happier. Good location with a number of restaurants nearby. Sami was very accommodating and even upgraded me to a suite. I'll be back!

« Very clean and a great value »

Hotel has everything you could need except a guest laundry room. Flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and iron/board in room. Next to the highway for easy access, but the noise is negligible. Very convenient for getting to the airport, maybe 15-20 minute drive. Management and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

« Great experience with Park Sleep Fly »

Great experience with this hotel and the park sleep fly. Room was nice. Our flight out was early, so no traffic issues. Coming back, it was a bit of a wait for the shuttle probably due to traffic. All in all a good experience.

« Great service and value! »

Check in was prompt and courteous. Parking slip to put on dashboard was easy to obtain. There was plenty of parking to leave your car for your trip. Sami at the front desk went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. The shuttle driver was right on time. He was very affable and made the trip quickly to O'Hare. The hotel was very clean with nice amenities in the room. I heartily recommend this hotel for your travel needs !

« Great place at a great value »

Stayed at Best Western because hotel offered free parking for 30 days if you stayed one night. We parked our vehicle for 32 days paying a very reasonable $10 per day for the additional 2 days and used the hotel on our return at 6am to shower and rest. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were spotless. Room was comfortable. Hotel was far better than others we stayed at in O'Hare area. Will use this hotel whenever we need a room near O'Hare.

« Very Nice Hotel - Excellent Breakfast »

I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable, clean and easy to get to. Breakfast is great. Delicious! Enjoyed my stay here. Business center is a big plus. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

    « Surprised & Very Pleased »

Staff were a pleasure to deal with -- cordial & efficient. This facility may well be the Best of the Best Western. BUT we did have one problem -- when we tried to tell Best Western at how great our stay was, we couldn't find way to do that.

« Very comfortable and quiet »

I stayed at this BWP for two days in October, while attending meetings in Evanston. It is not a place I'd stay if I was mostly spending time in Chicago, but it's a good alternative for the northern suburbs. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, and staff were polite and professional. I was upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious, with a refrigerator, a large desk, and plenty of floor space to do yoga in the room. Very good, free, internet connection. The only things that made it less than ideal for me were: 1) it would be great if there were vegan options at breakfast: fresh fruit and non-dairy milk for cereal would make a huge difference for travelers like me; and 2) the toiletries were wall-dispensed Dial products. Other than these two points that probably won't matter for most people, I'd recommend it to anyone.

    « Best Western PLUS Glenview-Chicagoland Inn & Suites »

I've stayed in almost every hotel chain in the Chicago area and this hotel was the cleanest and most functional I've been in. Everything in the room was perfect. Instead of having a half sized closets, where my larger size shirts fold in on themselves. this location has a wooden closest that all of my dress shirts fit perfectly as well as shelves for all my other clothes. The cable TV had all the channels one would need and all where in HD. The shower has a Shampoo, Conditioner and body soap dispensers, which is something I've never seen before and for once did not have unpack my own. This site also had a working refrigerator that kept my 12 pack of soda at the coldest temperature possible. If you are in this area, this Hotel is worth the $$.

« No frills, clean and decent hotel »

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my wife while visiting Northwestern University. This hotel is about 20 min away from NU and 20 min away from O'hare airport. Hotel is easy to locate (next to Marriott Courtyard) and is in a safe and well-lit area. Hotel room is modern and clean. Toilet is a little small for two people but is well maintained and clean. Several diners can be found within 5 min drive from the hotel. This hotel is well worth the stay!

« Very nice Motel to anyone. I wll stay there »

I stayed there on 10/22/2015. This motel is very nice, nice location and the folks that run it is very nice and helpful. This motel is updated, very clean and nice hot breakfeast. I would recommend this motel to anyone. I will stay there again

« Great Surprise in Chicago! »

We had to stay one more night in Chicago and our hotel was booked. We found this one and were really pleased with our choice! They welcomed us to check in early and upgraded us upon check in. (We usually have to ask for the BW Diamond member upgrade. This hotel is extremely clean, great decor, and wonderful staff. THANKS!!

    « Park sleep fly »

After several hours searching for this option when flying out of O'hare, I chose this location for a quick return to Wisconsin. It is easy to access from the interstate. The ride to O'hare was about 20-25 minutes south of the hotel which helped upon our return north to Wisconsin. The breakfast was satisfying...yummy scrambled eggs. The shuttle was timely which seemed to be a problem previously mentioned. In fact, the shuttle was waiting for us at O'hare, so our return was hassle free. The hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. I will choose this hotel again for its functionality in the park, sleep, fly process.

    « Nice Clean Hotel »

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was nice and looked recently renovated. It was very clean. We did stay on the 1st floor and could hear the people walking around on the floor above us. Most hotels you can hear that but this seemed a little louder than others. We also were right across a custodial closet and could hear the housekeepers talking right outside our door in the morning. The hotel served complimentary breakfast but it was always too crowded when we tried to go there. It looked like they had the normal free breakfast items. The hotel was near many restaurants but we did not try any.

« For an unscheduled layover due to airline delay it was fine »

I was very pleased with my stay. It was quiet, very clean and reasonably comfortable. I was afraid it was far from the airport, but without traffic it was about 20 minutes. I had to wait for over an hour for the van from the airport, although it was promised in 25 minutes. But they were apologetic, which helped. The promised wake up call never materialized, but the van driver actually knocked on my door to make sure I was up, and was quick to offer to carry my bags; a level of service that I appreciated. The breakfast looked okay, and was set up early before my 6 am departure, so I was at least able to grab something for the ride to airport.

« Thin walls, lazy staff »

First I want to preface this by saying I've stayed at a Best Western Plus in a different state and had a great experience, which is why I chose to stay here for this trip. When I arrived to the hotel it took me 15 minutes to find someone to actually check me in, which wasn't a big deal, but not a great start. The next morning when I left for work, the housekeeping staff was on my floor, but they hadn't passed my room or knocked on my door so I assumed they would make up the room after I left. I even exchanged pleasantries with them as I walked by. When I arrived there after work the staff had put the "Do Not Disturb" hanger on my door knob - something I certainly did not do. Unacceptable. Additionally, the walls and ceiling were so thin that I could hear anything going on in the hall way and people in the room above me as well. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at either my check in our check out. I would certainly not stay here if I come back to this city again, and it will unfortunately make me think twice about booking this chain elsewhere.

    « Going downhill? »

I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past. Experience was not as good this time, leaving us wondering if they are taking their good rating for granted. No soap in room on first night. No towel for floor on another. Internet going in and out.

« Reasonable Price for Visit to Northwestern »

I have stayed at this hotel before and I am sure I will stay here again because it is reasonably priced and only 20-25 minutes from the Northwestern campus. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean though starting to show some wear, especially in the bathroom. There were some stains on the floor, a black stain of some sort coming from the towel bar hole and the kick splash at floor level was separating from the wall. When my son and I arrived after a 16 drive we checked in quickly and went to the room to collapse. I was surprised to find that we had no soap or washcloths, but we were too tired to do anything about it that night. Luckily they have dispensers in the shower area for soap, so we were able to use that to wash hands. The next day when we returned to the room both items were there so I think it was just an oversight. Management apologized profusely when told about it upon checkout. I had forgotten just how small the bathrooms in this hotel are, and that the sink is in the toilet/shower room, which makes it hard for two people to get ready at the same time. There is also not much counter space for your toiletries and makeup. Of course, my son was only in the hotel with me for one night, so this did not end up being a problem after the first night. Since he prefers a much colder temperature when he sleeps I was very cold in the room the first night and the blanket and bedspread are super thin, Luckily I had a travel blanket with me and was able to use it to keep warm. All in all, the Best Western is a nice alternative to the expensive hotels in the area, and, as I said before, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

« This BW Plus is a gem in Chicago-land suburbia... »

I was seeing Jackson Browne at Ravinia and needed a place fairly close to stay. The other BW in Morton Grove was showing sold out and this one was available. As someone who used to work at a BW, I was very happy with the accommodations here. The public spaces were well cared-for and the room was immaculate. It was a very restful stay, which I attribute to being in a mostly residential area even though the expressway is nearby. I would stay here again.
