Best Western Hotel Nuovo

An exceptionally clean hotel with the towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. A comprehensive breakfast which is exceptional for an Italian hotel. The quality of the restaurant food was equally good and the service inside the restaurant ( thank you Luca) was equally amazing. In fact all of the staff from the receptionist to the room cleaners were friendly, considerate and efficient. A lively location with a backdrop of lakes and mountains.

Nice hotel, small bar in reception open until 23:59, friendly service, free parking, nice breakfast. About 10-25 min from Lecco depending on traffic. My room had access to shared roof area / balcony, with view of mountains and lake.

Pre booking the hotel was easy, locating the hotel and parking was simple and free. Check in was fine, No lifts and porters so suitcases are up to yourselves. Room was clean, safe and comfortable with air-conditioning very good. Bathroom ok but shower a bit smaller than we are normally used to. Room door very stiff to close so we were worried we would disturb the neighbors every time we shut the door. Housekeeping and Internet very good. We did not eat lunch or dinner as we were always out. Breakfast was average quality and needed more food tags or labels, descriptions. Check-out was fine.

Staying on business for 4 weeks. Limited breakfast choice. Car park full everyday and all the spaces have ‘reserved' signs on them. Woken up at 06:30am by motorbike club revving bikes. Told on a Saturday evening the restaurant was full and not open to me….not what I expect for over €100 per night.

Modern hotel with very fast internet connection. Friendly staff. Good quality restaurant. Breakfast was a bit on the lower side: Coffee from the machine in the breakfast room was not very good. Limited selection of cheese and sausages.

Nice hotel, with free parking !, located close to the lake, spacious rooms, easy to reach, nice breakfast and nice staff.The waiter at breakfast saw that we had not eaten pork, and brought us a plate of chicken pastrami without asking him, we are also very pleased with the service and size of the room. Definitely a great value for money

If you are looking for a quiet hotel north of Milan, then I can recommend this place. Just on the edge of a mountainous region, great views and friendly staff. Food is nice, but a little expensive. Overall though, a very nice place to stay

Excellent service for the price level of this hotel. Location is perhaps not ideal (close to Via Statale, a pretty busy road), however, it's incredibly quiet inside. The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are well cleaned. Rooms are airconditioned, which is a relief when it's 35 Celsius outside. We used it as our base for daily trips and as such it's ideal. More than enough parking space. The staff is extremely helpful and they don't make a fuss about anything. In out opinion staff can make or break a stay. This staff definitely made it! Breakfast is combined with the typical Italian sweets and the more standard food (such as scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, marmalades etc. You can go for a walk near the Garlate Lake and get a drink and food at the Taxi Lounge Bar, highly recommended! Last but not least, there is a swimming pool nearby, however pretty expensive and strict. We prefer obviously to swim in the Como lake. Onno is here the place to visit. All in all: Excellent experience!

Nice and clean hotel with helpful staff. No elevator that we were made aware of, so second floor was a bit of a hike. Quiet and after first day in Italy after long flights not too far and close to lakes. Decent breakfast and free parking a plus

This was a good hotel with friendly staff and a good choice at breakfast. It also had good access to the lakes by car, however there is very little in town and not much choice for dinner restaurants or bars (see other reviews) I would recommend this hotel if you want a bed for the night and not want to go out for dinner None of the rooms have a clear view of the lake

Nice, not too big low budget hotel at the border of Como lake. Just a few kilometers from Lecco center. Friendly, multilangual, helpful staff. Dog friendly hotel, clean large room with big bathroom, douche, bidet. No safe, minibar filled with some beer, juices and water. Good working keycard operated airco. Good working wifi. Own restaurant, closed on friday, so we didn't get the chance to discover. Breakfast to be discovered tomorrow, but the diningroom looks promissing.

My husband and I ate here for Sunday lunch. Staff and service were impeccable. Food arrived at our table quickly however we did not feel rushed. The food was so fresh and deliciously tasty. The seared Tuna is Devine as is the prosecco. A great little find.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean, good choice in breakfast. Hotel is very close to the lake and to all amenities. there is a convenience shop and a swimming pool beside. Parking is available on site

We stayed here for one night on our travels around the Italian Lakes. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and had no objections to our small dog staying in the room with us. Has a lovely pool with views over the lake.
