Best Western Franklin Inn

We stayed here one night during spring break. The hotel has definitely been remodeled and it shows. Good job! Rooms were super clean, very comfy and had many amenities, except a microwave, but we knew that upon booking. Staff were beyond friendly, breakfast buffet was very good. Located in the heart of shops, restaurants and other hotels, in beautiful Franklin.

Complete overhaul of the Inn.Everything is updated .rooms freshly painted.New walk in showers.beds were comfortable.Large TV .Breakfast was plentiful as in my past stay a few years ago .Host on site and replenished the food .Full breakfast.32 seats in the room eight tables.Great place to stay and motor into Nashville or just looking for a night .Thank you . What a pleasant surprise to stay at this hotel. I am a diamond member and not usually recognized at check-in. However, this time I was recognized and given a gift bag with water candy and snack crackers. Check in was fast, friendly and the rate was affordable. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My husband and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I would like to thank the staff for being so kind to us.

The only bright spot was the manager “Syed” during checkin, that was very respectful and welcoming. The rest of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and need more training. Hotel has obvious build issues as well. Pick another place to stay.

The property and room was very clean. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast including coffee was great with a good variety of foods. Pricing of rooms are reasonable. Very happy with the choice we did on staying here.

Good location and lots of things to see in the area. The breakfast is always really good with lots of hot food choices . It is time for the mattresses to be replaced:( But other than that no problems .

A great stop over place when travelling. We stayed as part of travelling back to Canada. We enjoyed the stay with the hotel. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep which important when driving long distances.

We stayed at this clean, updated and friendly Best Western located in Franklin,just blocks from I-65, on our trip from Wisconsin to the Gulf Shore since it was listed as RV friendly. It was perfect with plenty of room to park our RV, served nutritious and tasty breakfast and the rooms were recently renovated. The bed was super comfortable. There is a roomy fridge in the room. Well done!!

This hotel is the best quality hotel for the price in the area. Easy access to amenities like restaurants, Starbucks, medical center, and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. i have stayed here numerous times over the last few years and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Room was clean really nice and A/C and gest worked perfect. We felt safe and had a wonderful overall ec experience. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Fabulous

The room was always damp, even with the air conditioner running constantly. There was something in the carpets, we believe, that caused both my partner and I to have sever throat irritation and my sinus congestion got so bad, I had to double my allergy meds. The congestion disappeared when I left the room and returned upon re-entry. After 2 days the throat irritation still persists with both my partner and me.

We have stayed here once before and returned because this hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. We had an issue with the door lock ~ it wouldn't let us in. The desk attendant, Doofan, worked hard to find a solution and we enjoyed a good night's sleep after a long day on the road.

I have stayed here every week from June until now, Different rooms on different weeks and every room was nice and clean. the front desk staff is nice and make you feel welcome.Also its in a great location.

room was clean, just not very big. perhaps under 250sf. sat TV was grainy, wifi sometimes unresponsive. eggs only ok. pork sausage every morning, single small pitcher of whole milk. not very keto-friendly. much gluten in breakfast. not bad, but still... overall, perhaps 2.5 out of 5. ok value, but nothing special.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was great, refrigerator a good size, only a shower, no tub, but shower head pretty new with a separate sprayer. Housekeeper comes in every day and refreshes bed, new towels. I could not eat the hot food at breakfast, it was powdered eggs and steamed sausage patties. The juice dispenser was out of order and no waffles, only a strange pancake maker. There is a Waffle House right next door that was very good. The pool area was excellent. Salt water pool and new chairs, few tables with umbrellas. The inn is on a main road so a bit loud but we still enjoyed the pool and stay very much.

Over all the hotel was nice and clean. We had some issues with the shower door stay closed while showering, bathroom is small but works as needed. The room was clean, had an odd smell when we arrived but it went away once the room cooled off. The family enjoyed the breakfast, the breakfast room was small but we just took a plate back to our room. This wouldn't be my choice for an extended stay but for a night or two you can beat the price.

Great for an economy hotel. Very clean, with free Wifi. Some reviews say this place is in a bad area; we never felt unsafe, never had any issues with any of the other people around and our rental car was completely fine. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Only complaint was that the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Were visiting a friend in Nashville, and it wasn't a long trip to the city. Everything about the hotel was good, and we slept well. We would gladly stay again. The only negative is that you have to walk to another building for breakfast. The room was tiny but cozy.

Our experience exceeded expectations. The reasons include well-stocked towels, two comfortable beds with four pillows each, a nice selection at breakfast, and friendly staff. I'd like to recognize Arianna who gave us a local's perspective of activities in the Franklin area.

BW is always a great place to stay great location for what I was there for. Sick family member in hospital near by. kind of noisy loud trucks in parking lot great to be next to waffle house . that is all Folks

The room appeared to have been recently renovated, they did a great job. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The check in was fast and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again if we travel this way again

Outside looks a little dated but inside of rooms have recently been remodeled. Our air unit was extremely loud. Beds were average in comfort. Unfortunately, it did not appear that the bed linens had been changed as I found a few hairs and the sheets looked worn. Also the pillow cases looked dingy. Breakfast was pretty good with nice options. Staff was friendly. Recommend reserving the front side of the hotel as the backside had several 18 wheelers and lots of construction workers hanging about. Great value and good location just check the sheets first when you get there.

We enjoyed our stay at this BW in Franklin TN. Breakfast was a good value. Room was clean and quiet. Evening staff was personable and effecient. Hotel was clean and provided great ammenities. Great place to stay.

I drive this route a few times a year and usually stay at a favorite AirBnb, but I decided to save some money and try this little hotel,that was recommended on TripAdvisor. I'm glad I did. Although the facility itself is old and a bit tired (parts of the exterior need some renovating, but it's just esthetics), the room and employees were nice. I was given a room in the back, away from the main road, as requested, and it was fine. Quiet, clean and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed,coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The next time I travel through Franklin I'll certainly grab a room here and save some cash.

I was pleasantly surprised at overall appearance of the property, especially for the price. My check in was excellent and the receptionist was great. The rooms were very clean and had been updated. Very impressive for the price. Give them a try, you will be satisfied

Stayed one night while traveling to the south. Be aware that the room entrances are all outside and that there are two levels, so you might want to make a first or second floor choice clear. Overall, this is an excellent hotel! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Stayed here while driving home for the holidays and would definitely stay again. It's located right off the highway, and check-in was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I was also very impressed with the room - it was clean and up to date, great for the price!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and Breakfast was good. The rooms were small but functional. The bed was comfortable. The location was central and close to the Interstate which helped. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Very friendly and courteous staff although if you spend any time in the room, the television reception is terrible morning breakfast was good and you might have to return to the desk for a few amenities like soap and towels I stayed for three nights in my room was never cleaned

Excellent staff, clean, spacious room and a very very good breakfast. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold items. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the hair and lotion products. Parking right outside our room. Convenient from the freeway.

Very nice front desk. Great coffee and nice protein for breakfast. Good bed, comforter and pillows. We didn't sleep well because we got too warm on a very cold night. Need SEC TV channel, but wifi was strong to get game on our devices. Loved the big shower with 2 shower heads.

I want to say that all staff I encountered during my stay were very helpful and welcoming. I understand this is a cheap motel, so I expected the quality of amenities to be low, but my experience here was quite unpleasant. I did not report any of the problems I experienced as I was only staying for one night and they were not issues that could be easily remedied. The room had an odor, as well as an overall lack of supplies. My room had one tiny bar of soap, no shower gel. There was a soap dispenser in the shower, but it was either empty or broken. I had to use the same tiny bar of soap for handwashing as well as showering. After a four hour drive, needless to say, this was not the most relaxing shower experience. There were stains on the bedding, walls, and carpet. I was here for a conference, so I had to store my lunch for the following day in the fridge. The fridge was barely cold. Thankfully my lunch items didn't contain meat or cheese, or else this fridge would not have safely stored my food. This motel is a serviceable option for men. As a young woman, I would not recommend another woman traveling alone to stay here. This motel seems to cater mostly to construction crews, so the parking lot was full of men standing around. No one approached me or did anything in particular to make me feel unsafe, but I did not feel safe entering and leaving my room knowing there would be strange men seeing me alone in a dark parking lot. I love to travel alone, but statistically speaking, women have to be on the lookout when traveling alone and I felt quite unsafe at this motel. Again, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Rebecca at the front desk was bubbly and treated me like I was at a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of amenities overall. If you're in desperate need of an affordable place to stay, this is a serviceable option.

A great value and a great location. Easy access to I65. Much quieter in the parking lot than the higher priced hotels down the street. Nice breakfast, super clean rooms, with a playground area for the kids. The pool was closed, but looked well maintained. We will book rooms here again.

My daughter and I stayed 1 night, we were able to get a room on the bottom floor per my request. Able to park right outside door. Very nice room, plenty of space, very clean, shower water was very hot and strong. All in all, great, easy experience, will stay there again.

Hotel room was updated and easily accessible from I65. Nothing fancy but worth the money. Would stay here again in the future. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety of choices. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Room was well priced, clean and the water was hot. Great location to head into town or get back on the interstate and get to the next destination. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot.

We have used this location many times. it was easy to get in and out to head to the medical treatments. Breakfast is always nice, and the employees go above and beyond everything to make your stay nice.

I had booked a reservation for a trip with 2 of my friends for a dog show. We each have a small dog. I checked when I booked that they take dogs. We check in and start getting into our room and the front desk calls to say they see we have dogs, they don't take dogs. After some discussion, and the lady at the desk apologizing for any miscommunication, they said if I paid a deposit, I could stay. A $200 deposit. Refundable, as long as no damage. This room already had a big slice in the carpet and some trim that was just laid up against the wallboard. Then she said, oh, all 3 of you have dogs, so it's actually $400 deposit. After we thought about it awhile, we decided we would not stay. From the conversation and tone of her voice, they didn't want us anyway. I felt uncomfortable to stay in case their rules changed again and the deposit wasn't refundable! Will not stay at this Best Western ever.

I imagined a motel like Best Western to be out of date and run down. Instead, it was clean, the rooms were modern, and the bathroom was bright. The water was really hot and the shower had two heads making it a nice experience. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows of varying firmness to choose from. The staff was uniformly friendly and available. I have no complaints and would stay again.

We come to Franklin to work but also my son is homeschool so while work we see different sites and sometimes we get tried and need to rest our heads this was above and beyond GREAT EVERYTHING a great night

I didn't expect much and it was about what I expected. It is a very straightforward motel with smaller than average rooms. It looks like they are working on improvements and that is definitely a good thing. It has the normal wear abs tear you would expect from cheaper than average motel. No real complaints and nothing really to compliment. As far as the staff they were pleasant and there were no issues for concern.

Convenient location; clean comfortable room. I just wish they offered rooms with bathtubs. I didn't think to ask and I was so looking forward to soaking my tired bones in epsom salts after a very long drive

Breakfast was good! Pool was green, people stood right by our door &under our window for internet all night- LOUD and they FaceTimed and played music and smoked. We call the front desk with our cell phone because room phone does not work to report it, they did nothing. My husband had to run them off. Ran out of soap had enough for 5 showers only, 1 toilet roll paper. I had surgery so I was getting rid of the water that was injected in me and we just about ran out, we started skimping in the toilet paper to hold us over. had A roach, bed broken down, fuzzy tv- Husband had to try and fix it.

Good service, nice clean rooms, nice staff. Place looks shabby due to dangerous parking lot. Rooms were cleaned on time and very well..Staff at front desk were very helpful.. From the outside the place looks run down.

The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work and eventually broke. It was full of mold and mildew. The bed had bugs in it. I expected much better from Best Western. I absolutely will not ever stay with them again.

Wife was injured on this property and desk clerk on duty didn't show any concern! I have photos and he disregarded them and my wife's injured leg and back! I deserve a full refund to my credit card!!!

Good clean rooms, near the grocery store and lots of Different places to go for food. The room wasn't huge but it was clean and quiet and for the price it was awesome. The night before I paid a lot more for the same size room. Stay here and you won't be sorry.

The same room was $89.99 the night before and the next morning when I booked, it was $107.99. Also blood on the carpet. You would think that everyone that books the same room would all pay the same…..

This Inn located close to I-65; made side trip north toward Nashville, and another south almost to the Alabama state line. Very handy on and off. Good restaurant 4 miles north. Very good hot breakfast strengthened me to participate in the Tennessee Senior Olympics. Room comfortable, TV and internet good.

this location was not up to a typical Best Western standard. Reviewed on the BW survey but the response was not posted but the manager apologized via an email. Our room was a big disappointment with such problems as finding other people's socks in the corner, toilet that ran all the time and weatherstripping on the door was damaged so much that bugs can easily enter. Be sure to notice on TA how many 1 contribution reviewers speak very highly of this place and our experience is on the other end of the spectrum. BW will not be on our list of choices for awhile due to this experience.

The room was exactly as described/shown. It was clean and up to date. The standup shower was nice. Very good location off the interstate, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This review is in comparison to other motels. This is not a 5 star hotel. However, the hotel staff gave 5 star service The hotel was clean, quiet, and had been recently renovated. The breakfast was delicious.

We live in CA, but my husband went to the NASCAR Race in Talladega, AL, but took our daughter, who's currently in College in TN, so he had a long drive back from AL to TN, so he called me to find a hotel room for him on the way back to AL but it got so late I had to find something closer to Nashville, I chose this hotel, because it had some good reviews and it was in an area I'm familiar with! There was no option to put in a Guest name, as on other hotel websites, so I put in his name in the Special Request section to make sure there weren't gonna be any problems, but RAFAEL gave my husband the toughest time on checking in, my husband pulled out his ID, the email I forwarded to him AND even the credit card I paid with and Rafael still decided to give my husband a hard time. I'm sorry if you present all information and the email with the confirmation, there is no fraud or anything shady going on! At 11pm this kind of behavior is not appreciated!! On a positive note, the hotel was very comfortable my husband said and he slept very good and he also said that breakfast was amazing, the variety was the best out of any hotel of this kind so far!!

Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. They are doing construction so parking was a bit wonky on the weekend but nothing crazy. The rooms are clean, no bugs, and smelled good (I got a smoking room and no cigarette smell!!) The location is great, close to Publix, gas, fast food, etc all with in walking distance really. I didn't get to get the breakfast because I was there for work so I left before that started. I had a few questions and they were more than happy to help me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We attended an event at The World Wide Stages in Spring Hill with Thomas Rhett. Franklin area was recommended and was a perfect middle for the event and Downtown Nashville fun…would definitely like to explore more of this area someday.

Great price. Nice newly upgraded and updated room. Clean. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Starbucks and Einstein Bagels next door...bonus! Outside doors, but it's a safe area. The mattress was very good and there were plenty of pillows.

I am on the road a lot and stayed at the Best Western @Franklin Inn. EVERYTHING was great, the Clean, Remodeled room, high Soft bed, Walk In Shower, a work desk, comfortable relaxing chair, coffee maker and the Most Unbelievable Breakfast!! Freshly cooked and even a pancake machine!! BEST hotel for on the road travelers!! My check in girl was the BEST!!! I TOTALLY enjoyed my one night stay, and I wish I could have stayed Longer!!

Rebecca at the front desk is a gem in Best Western's crown. Her smile and joy are infectious. Edwardo makes one mean breakfast bar. The food was very good and plentiful. The dining area is kept clean.

We stayed here one the way home from Florida, Rating was a 4 out 1000 plus, I would have to disagree, this is an older jolted they are redoing, although it did have a standup shower, But it's definitely an older run down building! There were dumpsters there and they were working on the remodel then, our room had been redone, but not the greatest.

I selected this hotel based on reviews of being clean. Not sure where those people stayed but it was not in my room. It was a smoking room in the small building. I am not a smoker but that's all they had available. The bathroom area was filthy as well as the window. Also obvious shower was not cleaned after the previous occupant. I will not describe all the filth but if you elect to stay in this hotel I suggest you look at the room before you check in. The beds appeared to be clean and they were okay comfy.

Our room was missing a microwave but not a big deal. It was clean and the shower was quite lovely. The decorations were cute, nice and quiet area of town but close to highway. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I had read the reviews of the Franklin Best Western and almost reconsidered my choice because a few reviews were middle of the road. It was convenient and reasonably priced so we stayed. The person who checked us in was very friendly (Brittany?). The property is obviously being remodeled and our room had been updated. It was all we needed in a reasonably priced room. Breakfast was much better than most with hot food, good variety and a pancake machine. Eduardo kept things stocked and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The room though very small was comfortable, clean, updated, and perfect for me. If all my stays in hotels were this good I would never worry about traveling. Hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Sure, it has a motel-y vibe with doors on the outside, but it is well-kept and offers a great hot breakfast and friendly staff. I saved hundreds of dollars by only paying 1/3 the price of a hotel in downtown Nashville.

On the way back from New Orleans we stayed in Franklin Tennessee at the best Western. The motel was undergoing a major renovation but there were rooms available. We had a room that was partially done the carpet was laid the tile in the vanity bath area countertops and new toilet. The workmanship was very poor. It didn't look like anyone was overseeing this work the workers were just doing as they willed. It's a shame to put all of this money in redoing the rooms in a hotel and not have quality work.

Their website claims "Industry-Leading Cleaning Standards." However, it was not even dusted. I have photos where you can see where I swiped my finger through the dust. The lights didn't work either, there was only one small desk light. They're probably trying to hide the dust and dirt. There was no way we could stay there. After seeing how disgusting it was, we canceled our reservation, returned our keys, and found a different hotel. We were told we'd get a refund, but they never did. Now, I have to try to fight to get my money back. They are liars and deceivers. Paypal would not refund my money for the dispute. Now I am disputing with booking.com where I purchased the room.

I have stayed here once a week for the last 4yrs. Unfortunately, the experience has really gone downhill over the last year or so. It went from a nice place to stay to a place where I most likely will not go back. The water pressure in the showers is really bad. I personally look forward to a good shower after working all day and this hotel does not have it.

I am an Elite Gold member. Normally this is at least acknowledged at check in. Not so at this location. I made a reservation a week in advance. I arrived around 7:00pm and once checked in I felt I was given a small cramped leftover room. I come to a symposium held every year on the last weekend of January for a three night stay. I have stayed here three previous times and been satisfied with my stay. It is convenient to the location of the meeting. I have not been back for the past three years due to COVID-19 and some other scheduling conflicts. This stay was the complete opposite of the pleasant stays that had been my previous experiences. Pros- I did get a daily room refreshing. Cons - - There is no weather stripping on the door. During my stay the temperature dropped into the teens and cold air filtered into the room. I stacked pillows at the base of the door to help reduce the draft. - The light above sink did now work and when I called to report it the maintenance staff had already gone home. They did repair i tthe next day. - the sink and bathtub drains are clogged to the extent that they drain very slowly. I standing in almost ankle deep water wihile taking a shower, - The carpet was filthy. One evening I walked arround in my socks only to discover when in took them off they were brown on the bottom from the embedded dirt in the carpet. - the thermostat on the heater was not working correctly. It had to be set on 66 to keep it from running constantly. Set at 67 it nerver turned off. - last but not least, something bit me on the neck (maybe a spider) during the last night of my stay leaving a whelp and bite marks my wife discovered on our way back home the next day. The staff is friendly but has little or no control on the condition of the facility. The ony reason I did not check our was because iI was only in the room in the evenings and left early each morning so my time n the room was minimal each day. I did now want the hassle of packing up everything an moving to a different one of the many hotels in the area. I suppose to their credit they are remodeling the facility but it was not evident in my room. I will be coming back next year to the meeting, but I definetly will not be stayinng here.

Overall stay was fine. Positives: Front desk staff, breakfast, bed and towels, convenience off freeway, lots of restaurants around hotel, we were able to park our boat under lights and cameras. Looks like the pool and kids play area would have been great for families. Could have been better: Water pressure, shower head way too high on the wall and electric fan on wall in the shower (is that code legal?), not an HD picture on TV, room recently remodeled but workmanship was questionable.

Everything was just like you hope it will be and almost never is at a motel. Even the coffee in the lobby was excellent. The room was clean and all the amenities worked just like they're supposed to. A+

It's a older motel units but it's nice and clean and if you are just looking for a place to stay overnight and hit the road the next morning after there breakfast. And it's reasonably priced and that works for me! Also It's in walking distance to restaurants and stores!

Excellent service from check-in to check-out and staff were extremely friendly and efficient! Totally refurbished rooms, free WIFI and hot breakfast. Easy on and off access at Exit 65 off Interstate 65! Local gas and other services at EXIT also, including shopping and good restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff! Great Breakfast, best biscuits and hot bar! Very clean dining area! Clean room along with clean refrigerator, and microwave! Very pleased, especially traveling with baby! We have stayed many times and it is always a pleasant stay!

From the outside, this property doesn't look extremely inviting. I chose this place based on other reviews of the 3 hotels/motels within close proximity to this one. The service was great, the room was updated and clean, and the breakfast was hearty. Would stay there again if in the area.

This hotel/motel provided good access to amenities in Franklin and Brentwood at a good price. The facility is not new, but is well maintained, aside from rooms perhaps needing a facelift. However, the price was really good for the area, so I was willing to accept a room that looked a little dated. Room was clean. Custodial service was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was more than adequate in quality, quantity and variety. Breakfast area was crowded before 7 am, but not congested after 7am.. Parking was quite adequate. Access to guest room was through exterior door to sidewalk. Thank you for good service at a good price.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight for us - Eduardo maintained an excellent selection of tasty, well-prepared items. The room was clean, modern and well-equipped, but small, especially for the price. The location has many strong points, but needs to improve on responding to room problems. When we checked out, I reported the screechy mattress when I sat or stood, by it appeared my comment was ignored, though the staff present there did not appear to be busy. Otherwise, the staff was polite, mostly friendly and quite helpful.

The rooms are very nice and a full breakfast is available daily. Staff is friendly all the time. We had a problem with a non smoking room smelling like smoke and were immediately given a new room that was great.

I was skeptical upon arrival when I saw the outside entrances to the rooms. Most Best Westerns I have stayed at have interior room entry. It was late and we were tired so we stayed anyway. First thing I saw upon entering the room was the dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow so hard to sleep. A lot of outside noise with traffic and with guests walking around talking late into the night. Would not recommend.

"Nonsmoking" room interior was ok- if you like sleeping in front of an ashtray (literally) and white trash tailgating and chain smoking in front of your door. They literally put chairs in front of my door and an ashtray and chain smoked for 48 hours. DISGUSTING!!! Complained several times on day one, asked them to remove the ashtray from my "porch" they eventually did. The trash dragged it right back. Front desk response was initially- "as long as they are not smoking in the room there is. nothing we can do" WTF- so blowing directly in smoke in someone's vent is ok? I asked to change rooms, they refused to accommodate. Eventually I just found a slightly less trashy hotel down the street and checked out at 12AM before needing a f*ng lung transplant! Manager only refunded one night so I'll be calling the corporate office to get ALL of my money back. DISGUSTING - do yourself a favor and just check into a local jail for the night... Same crowd. WORST Best Western experience ever. AVOID this DUMP.

Had a awesome stay on our trip to and from Gulf Shores, Al. Best Western Hotels are the best kept secret in hotel stays as far as I'm concerned. The staff was very friendly and truly appreciated our business.

The rooms are small, but clean and newly painted and updated. The breakfast has plenty of choices. The location is great: lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to most things you would want to do in Franklin. Easy access to the interstate without being disturbed by traffic noise. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not clean and had a smell to it. A lot of worker stayed here.the hack unit sounded like a truck running . Could not get info through to the attendant when we called to get the room. Breakfast half of the food was out and when asked they did not care

Traveling alone with my children. I booked a NON smoking room only to arrive after a 600 mile road trip to find the guests next door had set up a "smoker's camp" with furniture right outside my window and AC unit. Tried to complain about the smoke, but the PHONE DIDNT WORK. Went back to front desk and rep. Ariana was very unprofessional. Said was not a problem since they werent smoking in the room! Demanded a different room and had to move UPSTAIRS ( I have health issues from auto immune disease and having had COVID-19). PLUS When moving from the original room the male guest was giving intimidating looks, rude gestures and waving his cigarette around - apparently Ariana had TOLD HIM I HAD COMPLAINED! I felt very unsafe, but all other hotels were sold out. When eating dinner, ARIANA CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE TO ACCUSE ME OF STEALING THE "SMOKERS CAMP' furniture! Ariana kept saying "She saiys you took it!" I was shocked!!! Who was "she" and where would I have even put chairs and a table covered with cups of cigarette butts??? I learned from another guest and employee that the furniture had been moved and locked up by the Housekeeping Manager, and that "SHE" was A FRIEND OF ARIANAS who had been "visiting" the male guest (a long-term guest) and the "Smokers Camp" was her set up for when she visited him. Such a white trash scenario and a horrible experience. Ariana never apologized, but Britney at the front desk the next morning apologized several times and shared my astonishment at Ariana's behavior. I will go back to staying at Hilton properties and will never stay at a Best Western again.

The hotel was great for the value and location but the customer service SUCKED!!! The woman at the front desk is absolutely rude. I called to inquire about an early check-in and the woman hung up the phone in my face! Beyond rude & unprofessional!!!I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you're looking for great customer service! I was anticipating staying here for my 3-month travel nurse assignment but I'll definitely take my business else where with better service!

Check in 7/09/21 with intended check out 7/11. 7/9/21, 12 am: Found live and dead roaches in our room, a bed bug in our bed, a dead moth under the kitchen sink and hair and dirt on the bathroom toilet and door. 12:16 am: went down to speak to Raphael at front desk who had an attitude and spoke down on us and said he can "come up and spray the room" so clearly he was aware they had pests. He told us we'd only get a refund if we, two women, "left the premises immediately" - at 12:30 am. 7/10/21: went down for early check-out, a woman, who we think may have been the manager, refused to give us a full refund and charged us for one night with a $20 discount. 7/11 - 7/16/21: submitted complaint with corporate. The hotel has literally ignored those complaint tickets until corp has to call them only for them to refuse a refund. They've refused multiple times, essentially saying we're lying because "no bugs were found." I asked to speak to someone over the hotel, only to be told that refunds are solely at the hotel's discretion. I asked to speak to the hotel the manager and was told "you'll have to find that information on your own". 7/16: disputed charge with bank. I've never had an issue with Best Westerns until I came to this trashy establishment. Not only were we given a filthy room, we have been given the worst customer service we've ever received at a "hotel". That is my biggest gripe. I'll never stay here again. Btw, go on Yelp to read bad reviews and view pics of dead roaches and bedbugs dating back to 2017. I wish I did prior to booking.

We wanted a clean room with basic needs at a good price. A clean quiet room with a bed and bathroom was all we required. Our needs were met plus. The breakfast was a plus, we had to eat somewhere. It was delicious. The gentleman running the Area was quite busy filling, stocking and cleaning with a smile. The front desk upon check in and check out were the nicest girls. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone passing thru.

Have stayed at this location for many years. The experience is excellent every time we stay here and continues to add to our fine experiences here. This year was especially pleased with the service and a new 40+ inch tv screen.

The hotel itself is ok it's the front desk staff that have the worst attitude possible no idea what her name was. Rude couldn't be bothered to check in and above that even though I'm diamond select member couldn't be bothered to contact house keeping to ask what rooms are ready and you have to wait till 3 pm. Other than that the room is ok spacious and comfortable breakfast was good they have a pool area and children play area mind you being there on a weekend you do have a lot of drunken construction workers.

Check in was fast, didn't expect much as this was a one night stay on the way to my final destination. Plenty of parking available, lots of restaurants around. The breakfast was "grab&go" which contained an apple and yogurt, cupcake. This was hardly a breakfast you could get full on so had to visit a restaurant.

We spent two nights here. The room was smallish but large enough. Staff was friendly. Murfreesboro Road is super busy but the noise didn't impact us. Impossible to cross on foot though, making the area less walkable. Good value for the money.

Were tired fighting traffic all day and drove by on our way to another hotel and saw this one and turned in..Wonderful place to stay...clean..up to date..walked to dinner and breakfast and the price was right..we have paid a lot more for a less...Highly reccommend to anyone traveling to and thru Franklin, Tenn

The bathroom toilet had piss everywhere and did not look like it had been cleaned in a month and the sheet looked like someone had been sleeping on it . Not really gonna recommend this for anyone traveling to Franklin

The staff was very kind and caring. When we needed anything they helped us out very quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was great having a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in our room. There is a Publix nearby and plenty of restaurants. Our children enjoyed the large playground. Great breakfast foods even during covid. A great experience for our family. We have been back several times!

The front desk staff, Victor and Nick, were both very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Despite the room still having carpeting, it was stain free and odor free. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Convenient location and affordable pricing.

We came here to stay while touring the history here. The motel is very easy to find. The rooms are very clean You can even smell the clean when you walk in. We were in room 113 on the backside. The hotel is very busy Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price is reasonable. Currently it is a grab and go breakfast with yogurt, banana, ham and cheese baquette, and a muffin.

3 rooms before acceptable. First room was in the middle of the row of rooms where everyone was staying right beside each other so very noisy -walls are thin. 2nd room wasn't cleaned. 3rd was accepted.

I had a great stay at this Best Western this month. The customer service shown by the staff is nothing short of incredible! I was met with kindness at the front desk, and I had every question I needed answered. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy, and my room was very clean. Definitely will be staying here again!

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, prompt and the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. We didn't experience any problems. The beds were comfortable and clean. It is not a 5 star hotel, but if reasonable rates and clean rooms are a priority, this hotel fills the bill.

This is a very basic motor inn catering to construction workers. Nothing wrong with that, but not ideal for couples. TripAdvisor reviews seem okay but that depends upon your perspective. Queen bed in room took up most of the space in the very small room. The room was remodeled but still tiny and bathroom still old. Access to the room is old school motor inn style by door opening to parking lot. Also, parking lot is full of construction crew trucks. Rooms in back of motel seem a bit isolated. Price point is too high given deals available at much nicer hotels in the area. BTW, this is not a Best Western Plus and those have variable quality.

I want to start out by saying that my husband and I have stayed at this hotel every year for three years and have had great experiences every time. The room was always clean. This year, we booked our stay and figured the cleanliness would be even greater due to COVID protocols. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived into our room, there was urine on the toilet seat, stains in the bowl of the toilet, hair on the toilet, and MANY hairs in the bathtub. (I have pictures) The sink looked as if it hadn't been wiped down as well. This was VERY concerning with COVID-19. It made us wonder what else wasn't clean. Because we only trusted ourselves to actually clean, we went and bought cleaning products and did a deep clean. We were planning on staying because now we at least knew that we cleaned it. The next morning, I went down to the front desk to let them know about what we walked into. We didn't want anything, except for maybe a few dollars off the price for our money and time spent to clean it. I showed her the pictures that I had taken, and she tried to tell me that all of the hairs in the bathtub were “scratches” to which I explained that those “scratches” wiped away when we cleaned it out. She offered a better room, which we obviously declined, because at least we knew the room we were in had now been cleaned by us. She also offered for the crew to come and do a deep clean of the room. In light of COVID19 we didn't want people in our room if they didn't have to be, so I denied. That was all we were offered, but we had already settled in, so we decided to stay the next 7 nights. That next morning, we were awakened to a room full of exhaust fumes making it hard to breathe. The doors were not sealed well and someone had let their truck run for 30 minutes just pumping fumes into our room. I went to the front desk and told her we were wanted to check out, she told me that we would have to pay the higher rate since we only stayed 2 nights. I told her how absolutely terrible our stay was and she finally said that we would be charged the rate we booked for. As I thought about this more, I think we should be reimbursed for both nights. I think it's ridiculous that we were asked to pay for those 2 unbearable nights. We were not met with kindness and hospitality. And we will definitely not be staying there again.

Easy access on and off of the I-64 freeway, lots of places to eat close-by, safe area, very courteous staff. My only concern was the noise of some of the other guests; I did not complain to the Front Desk Staff and perhaps I should have complained, but I let it slide. My room was on the back-side of the hotel property and I would recommend staying on the front-side of the property if noise is a concern for you.

We've stayed here before and we were very satisfied with the hotel. Despite the virus, breakfast to go was offered and the pool was open. We will be back to enjoy the clean rooms and the pleasant surroundings. The associate at the front desk was instrumental in assisting us with a payment issue.

Picked this place due to price reviews and being close to a lot of stuff. Room looked nice and modern with new furnishings and bed linens. Lots of plugs. Check in was easy. We requested bottom floor and the queen we booked wasn't available so they upgraded to king so we could stay on the bottom floor. Breakfast was grab and go due to Covid but consisted of eggs yogurt toast. Cereal coffee juice etc with take out containers. Would definetly recommend

the place is great, my gps brought me from the side and it was very hard to find the office. NIce looking room.. I accidentally reserved for the night before, and so i had no reservation, and had to pay again for a room, which was sad, but it WAS my mistake.

I like to stay here when I can instead of traveling back and forth to work. The rooms are clean. Nice comfy beds. Refrigerator and microwave. Peaceful. Everyone is friendly. Restaurants all around. Shopping areas of all kind.

This hotel is very close to Nashville and Franklin for sight seeing. The pool is an outdoor pool. Ice machine a long way from room and in outside hallway. We liked being able to back our car right up to the door of our room. Very handy for retrieving items from the car. The room had been recently refurbished. Very comfortable, new carpet, nice linens. Updated furniture and decor.

The room was clean and service was good. The breakfast was good and abundant but a little bland. The room size was none too big but adequate for our family. The fitness room had shorter hours than I would like but it was well outfitted.

After a day of traveling, this hotel experience was comforting. We did not have reservations and upon check-in, the man at the counter, I believe his name was Nick, was very accomodating and helpful. Our room was small, but beautiful and very clean. The towels were plush and there was coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was great with food dishes refilled and tables cleaned promptly.

The location was perfect (20 min easy drive to downtown Nashville) with a great staff, clean rooms, and overall nice hotel for the price. You're not getting the Ritz Carleton but it's certainly a well kept property and in a safe location near everything you want/need.

We first booked because the price was appealing. From the moment we stepped inside the lobby upon our arrival we noticed how exceptionally clean the lobby was and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the staff was very attentive. The beds are very comfortable. The area is well lit and very safe feeling. The breakfast was more than decent.

This is the second time we've stayed here. They're always very nice at the front desk (very important to me) and the room is updated and clean. I actually put this place in my favorites in my GPS so when I'm passing through town I make sure to stay here.

Hotel was great for price. Our room location was close to busy road so it was a noisy stay. I've had better breakfasts and room didn't look like it was vacuumed very well. We are a gold member so we do try to stay at these chains to use and accumulate points.

Our stay was perfect with exception of being locked out of our room after breakfast (breakfast exceeded my expectations by the way). I had my card reprogrammed in the lobby very promptly, not that big a deal.

We are always pleased with our stay at BW Franklin. AWESOME hot fresh breakfast offerings. Easy to access off I-65, with comfy clean beds and good internet. BW Franklin is close to Nachos Mexican, Publix, and a gas station behind the hotel. Their staff are courteous and go out of their way to make our stays the best they can be.

The hotel was pretty good for the price we paid per night. The only problem was that we were located on the backside of the hotel where is was surprisingly, pretty noisy at night. One would think that it would have been quieter away from the main street; unfortunately, it wasn't. The room was very clean and furnished like any basic king sized room. The bathroom was clean. The TV worked very well. We didn't try the coffee maker. There was no Microwave in the room and that really blew our budget because we had planned to eat most of our meals in the room not at fast food places. Having no access to a microwave really sucked!!!

Very impressed with everything the staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out and the breakfast that was included with the stay was awesome the hot food was hot and a nice variety bacon, sausage eggs and the pancake machine was cool.The other choices were all good as well from apples to yogurt well done.

Housekeeping repeatedly ignored the do not disturb sign on my door and knocked several times waking me up. Internet is very slow. And key card kept malfunctioning so I had to go down to the desk in frigid temps to get it fixed. Very noisy next to busy road.

We stayed at this motel in Franklin Tn for 4 nights. The rooms are extremely small. No table or microwave. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed in at a Best Western. I would not recommend this motel for anyone. Pay a little more for more space.

Gold member. Convenience of the BW's where ever we go. Always clean and neat. All crews are as good as it gets anywhere. Very helpful and polite. Very cordial. It's very nice to have smiles and laughter behind the counter, in the hallways, eating breakfast or just being on location. This makes an atmosphere of happiness with the crews and other patrons. This hotel offers an affordable alternative to more expensive options closer to Nashville. It's only about a 30-45 minute drive to either downtown or Opryland. There are also a number of good restaurants and entertainment venues nearby in Franklin. The breakfast was particularly good but one disappointment was that they didn't have a microwave in our room.

Great example of the brand, spacious clean and well appointed room. Easy to find on the edge of town. Good parking and friendly efficient staff would recommend if you're passing through Franklin and need a stopover.

I booked this place on booking.com for $63 and was looking for somewhere outside Nashville to crash and enjoy a good nights sleep. This place was perfect, check in was smooth, the room was updated, clean and quite. The only thing a little goofy is the front desk and breakfast area is set off from the hotel, more up front than the rooms. In the morning, check out was easy and they offer a hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, eggs, cereal and so much more. Seems like there is something for everyone and an attendant who keeps it all stocked and clean.

Very nice hotel, the only complaint we had was the soap dispenser in our shower didn't work and the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good, luckily I always travel with soap and shampoo and conditioner so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Very nice clean hotel at a great price. In a nice area close to the interstate and plenty of resteraunts near by. Very friendly staff and the entire property was well maintained fo it to be an older hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Franklin!

Very clean with an excellent hot breakfast. Helpful, caring employees who went the extra mile to assure that we comfortable and satisfied. Had a minor issue after checking in but it was handled by the staff with as little inconvenience to us as possible.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was nice and clean. The walls were pretty thin so there was a little more noise from other guests than I would have liked. Upon entering the room it had a VERY STRONG stale smoke smell even though I reserved, and it had signage, it was a non-smoking room. We had a nine hour drive that day so just decided to tolerate the smell instead of complain. We unpacked and settled in. That was when we discovered our room also did not have a working heater component to the AC/heater unit and overnight temps were around freezing. I used the hotel hair dryer to generate some heat in the room as the only thing coming out of the hotel unit was cold air no matter the setting.

This excellent hotel has everything you need and more: professional desk staff, clean quiet room, warm bed, hot shower, the full course breakfast, close to the highway. We will be back on our next trip.

Have stayed here several differing time . If an unforeseen problem occurred it was handled in a prompt professional manner. They want the guest satisfied. This site I recommend without reservation considering our multiple stays.

I booked the room for $66 a night and on the invoice first night was that but the other two, say $20 up on both. I may use BW for my next trip but no guarantees. Please honor the rate you give a Veteran.

Dated property but very good value for budget minded travelers looking for clean basic lodging. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Did not use but pool appeared clean & in good working order, but again, nothing fancy. Also had playground adjacent to pool & appeared clean and in nice order. But do not be confused, this is a BASIC no frills 2/2.5 Star (at most), “old school” establishment, absent of much luxury or plushness. If you require basic, clean lodging at a good value, I'd say this would be hard to beat!!

The room was nice and clean with a refrigerator. Some higher priced hotels don't include that. The free breakfast had something for everyone. It was tasty with all kinds of pastries, toast and donuts, pancakes, several juice options and the usual fare of eggs, bacon etc. Were would stay there again.

This property is a motel so all rooms have our side entrance, which is not my preference, you have the car and street noises. The rooms were clean and in good repair. I feel the price was good because the location was not great.

This is an older style hotel but run well.Large clean rooms, very friendly staff and good breakfast selection. On arrival we were given bottles of water which we appreciated after a long hot ride. We arrived early and were able to get into our room. Beds were comfortable and pillows good. Would certainly stay again.

We visited the Nashville area and stayed at the BW Franklin. Great location and great rate. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room had a smell and wasn't as clean as I hoped. Fitness center hours are 9-9, so if you work out in the early morning you're out of luck.

Had to switch rooms once because of a strong chemical scent. New room was clean but the toilet kept running and than shower head was too tall for anyone to reach. Could use some extra care to keep it up to the “ basic”level of a best western.

Clean, recently remodeled, nice rooms. Friendly staff. I would stay there again! Wish I would have had time to swim in the large outdoor pool. The only drawback, would be the doors open to the outside, but I felt totally safe. Close to grocery, restaurants, stores, etc.

The hotel was okay, it was no where close to downtown as stated online. The room was basic no frills and it had a slight odor. For the first 30 mins I was killing bugs in the room. I don't know where they were coming from also there was a really big skunk roaming the parking lot. The hotel offer a free breakfast. I really doubt I would stay again.

2nd time staying here..Just as good as the first. Very clean, very well kept motel, places to eat within walking distance and nice pool....I could go on and on. The staff is Courteous and friendly...Very close to I-65.

I travelled with my children solo and the staff made the experience so easy! The hotel is wonderful for children with a pool and playground on site. The staff in the breakfast area was so sweet! Loved it!

The staff went above and beyond for us the entire stay. Found us a great deal for transporting 6 gals to and from Downtown Nashville. We're always checking in to ask if we were enjoying our stay and offering suggestions for sightseeing.

Rented 3 rooms and all smelled weird. Very poor lighting, uncomfortable bed and pillows, shower nozzle was so high and could not adjust for water to spray down into the tub,. One tub wouldn't even drain. Breakfast presentation looked great but nothing tasted good. Noisy air conditioner kept us all awake. Whole experience was disappointing.

The room had a peculiar odor that was quite prevalent. I kept waking up and smelling it all night. also the air conditioner was quite loud. Overall the room was clean but I would hesitate to stay at the chain of hotels again because of the odor.

The location was great for access to Franklin downtown. Set off the busy road, so less noise. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a very good selection. The rooms were very clean. But, I reserved a disability-accessible room which I thought was for handicapped individuals. There was a place on the sidewalk to use a walker, rollator, or wheelchair. There was not a walk-in shower. And, the room was small to the point it was difficult to maneuver around each other. One of us had to use a rollator. The clothes rack was on the wall directly in front of sink with little room to stand between. And, the beds were so high that the handicapped person had much trouble getting in bed. Perhaps I misunderstood and disability-accessible just means easy access from the sidewalk into the room.

Very nice BW. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast bar was one of the better ones I've had. They offered eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and also had a pancake making machine. First time I had seen one of those. Fruits, juices, coffee, etc.Everything I had tasted very good.

Our stay was our first experience staying at this chain and we were extremely happy with the hotel staff, the accomodations, the amenities and ease of check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again. We had plans to meet family at another location for brunch and didn't have the opportunity to eat the breakfast, but I checked it out and it looked delicious.

environment was good, clean and tidy room and bath. good service and breakfast. overall good experience for a one night for us as a family. didn't use much service there since its just fora one night.

The price was right, but I expected better quality from a Best Western. A used bar of soap from previous guest was still in the shower. The clock in the room didn't work. Both cardio equipment items in the fitness room were broken. On the plus side, it was in a good location.

I noticed after I had checked out that My daughter and I had been bitten by bed bugs! Makes for a poor experience. The room had been updated and okay but when I woke up itching and my daughter has bites all over her back, that is frustrating.

Our room was very clean, but also quite small. Many nice restaurants in the area, several within walking distance. Would definitely consider this location again. We didn't use the swimming pool, although it looked very inviting. Several families were having fun in the pool.

The room and lobby and breakfast area were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Good Wifi signal and free breakfast included which was nice. Also had a nice pool and play area for the kids.

We've stayed here in past a few years ago it was better This stay our air conditioner made a horrible clanking sound the entire night It was leaking water in front of the ac unit The room was damp and a bit musty smelling When I told them at the front desk the air conditioning unit was making really loud noises kept me awake all night the lady blamed me for pushing some button I'm sorry there shouldn't be a button allowing an ac to make these noises all night! Just ridiculous! I did not receive any type of compensation VERY DISAPPOINTED:((

They updated the rooms with new carpet and maybe tile but just added paint to the walls. They didn't fix the water damage or any other damage first. If this were the only issue I'd have given them 3 stars. The rooms SMELL!! It smells worse than a musty basement. I would have left early if I wasn't so tired I needed the sleep for a long drive. I cancelled other reservations I had in September for this place. I will not be back and will probably avoid Best Westerns everywhere!!

This hotel was very well kept, clean, and located just off the Interstate outside of Nashville. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse. This will now be my first choice when staying in the Nashville area.

This Motel is always very clean anytime I go to Franklin or Nashville this is where I stay. The staff is super friendly, it is very convenient to all things around Nashville. Very reasonably priced very good value. I enjoy staying at the Franklin Best Western every time I come to Nashville.

I requested 1st floor and was able to park directly in front of my room. Mere steps from the door. It was quiet and cozy. The best value I have found in this area. I stay here whenever I visit Franklin.

The hotel is in a good spot, just could use a sign that says "hey turn here dummy". Because when you arrive and it's dark outside, it's hard to see where the entrance is. Its lit up but there's lights everywhere else also, and you can't see the motel sign easily from the road. The bed was surprisingly pretty comfy, but my husband complained about the small pillows. I say he's just picky, he says they're no bigger than the couch pillows. Check in and out was super quick, and the guy at the front desk was pleasant enough. They offered breakfast, but we didn't make it down there in time. There was rust, or what I hope was rust, on the bathroom door hinges that kind of made it look like it was bleeding. Overall good clean stay for one night. Would recommend and would go back if we're ever in the area again.

Explain: I went for breakfast just after the area opened. It was filled with construction workers. I recommend waiting 20-30 before getting your breakfast. The food was good. The attendant was great. This was my second stay at this particular motel. It was very close to the venue I was going to. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay a third time if need be.

Best Western Franklin, TN. Excellent Hotel & location to Franklin TN. Great Customer service with very clean & comfortable rooms. Breakfast was outstanding & the family enjoyed the use of the pool. Would recommend a stay here for family & friends.

Excellent value for the money. Perfect one night stay on our way from Grand Ole Opry to Jack Daniels distillery. Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and breakfast OK, We enjoyed the modern design . Staff was polite and helpful, check in fast and WiFi good. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tennessee.

I was so disappointed by this hotel, as Best Western is a great chain. To begin with, the Hotel sign was not on at 10 pm, so it was difficult to find the entrance. The desk clerk was not very friendly. The welcome bag was skimpy. The room reminded me of the Bates Motel, except we didn't get killed. The air conditioning was freezing, the toilet and bath were very antiquated. The television reception was poor, as was the internet. I would have left, but it was late and we were too tired. The breakfast was OK, luckily there is a Starbucks right next door. I'm not going back to this hotel.

I have stayed at this particular hotel multiple times while working on a construction and equipment installation project in the area. I tried several other hotels before settling on the BW. The others might have been a little fancier and a little newer but they were also considerably more expensive per night. And, as anyone who spends a lot of time on the road will tell you, once you turn out the lights, all rooms look pretty much the same. The front desk service is prompt & professional and the breakfasts are not bad. They'll fill you and get you going in the mornings. Would highly recommend if you're traveling through Franklin.

As a Housekeeping Manager for 20 years I can tell you this Hotel is Amazing! very clean and great service! I had a small problem but the front desk manager, Cynthia I think?...was so attentive to making my stay perfect. I highly recommend this property!

We were looking for a nice place near Nashville and found this Best Western. It was conveniently located, reasonably priced and as we were travelling with a puppy-pet friendly. The manager on duty was amazing and very accommodating. when visiting Nashville again we will stay here again.

Its a nice location, the back side of the hotel is QUIET . The breakfast was large and kept stocked. Not the most amazing breakfast, but eggs, bacon, very good biscuits and gravy, and all the cereal n stuff. Lots of good coffee. The breakfast room needs better ventilation, it was warm and stuffy. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and very comfortable, the bed was comfy. Room was very clean. The fridge didn't have a freezer section for my blue ice, that was a problem. The pool was very clean and really nice. The playground looked great ! The property is a bit old but its been freshly painted and carpeted, and the bathroom was nice. Lots of restaurants in the area.

This is a good place to stay on a budget or with a family. The bed, for us,was very firm, pool needed more umbrellas, and the breakfast not very good. Their coffee was great though. The cleaning staff was very friendly not we didn't encounter this at the front desk when arriving.

What a lovely hotel! Shawn and Shreeya helped us check in, changing us from a smoking room (We don't smoke.) to a non smoking king bedroom on the ground floor. They were so friendly and efficient. Then they presented us with a goodie bag for being Diamond members (water, Gatorade, chips, and granola bar with a thank you note for choosing this BW). We found our room: a spacious end room, with fridge, bedside tables/lights, reading lights, easy chair, desk table & chair, and everything was clean and quiet. The facility also has an outside pool and play area for the kids, which we had no time to use. We had a good sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Only distraction was a loud noise made by the air conditioner when it kicked in to cool the room to a lower temperature. It was a hot and humid night! Breakfast area was large and food selections were good. We came late (8:30) so we had to sit at the high top. It was crowded. The food selections were what we expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits'n'gravy, cereals, bagels, bread, cereals, fresh yogurt, coffees and teas. All was good. Check out was quick and easy - bill printed out and emailed. This is a wonderful Best Western and we wish all could be so great!

The hotel was very dated. Some updates have taken place, but they were all lower end. Beds were comfortable, breakfast had a nice selection and the location was right off of the interstate and easy to access.

The room was clean and very nice. Staff at desk was very polite and helpful. Enjoy the breakfast menu, many items to choose from. When we checked in there was a customer that was very rude to gentleman on duty but he was calm and handled the situation very nicely.

For a quick overnight stay it was acceptable. The staff were friendly and professional. The Continental breakfast was average at best. This is more of a Motel than Hotel, yet prices are reflective of much nicer accommodations. It was dated, but clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. The noise levels from passing traffic are very noticeable, but it's also convenient to main roads, shopping and dining.

This hotel is right off the highway. It's very convenient for on off travel as well as locating in Franklin. They have a fantastic full breakfast. Eggs, Pancakes, meat, etc. no need to go spend money! Good Community brand coffee an real milk too! Really cool playground for the children. Everyone was very very nice and the rooms were very good.

I was very pleased. The rooms had recently been renovated. The breakfast bar was outstanding. The room was very clean. For the price it cannot be beaten. It is right off the interstate and close to everything and easy to get to. I will stay there again and will definitely recommend it to everyone. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great jobs. They are paying attention to the details and know what they are doing.

Rooms were clean and up to date. It was very busy so sometimes parking was an issues. A little tricky to get into the parking lot when coming from certain places. Staff was super friendly and helpful, I'd absolutely stay again!

Stayed for four days while touring around Nashville. Compared to other Motels, this one is fine. Not too noisy, fairly clean, nice staff, hot running Coffee 24x7, many nearby eating choices and a half decent breakfast. The area is fairly safe as well. It's not The Ritz, but it is a decent Motel.

Walked into the office and determined quickly that outside doors to the rooms were not for me. Office area seemed clean but overall did not want to take a chance with room conditions. Most Best Westerns when we travel are not our first choice due to the age and impression they give from a distance.

This is a clean, comfortable, great location within walking distance of Starbucks and many other eating establishments. Check-in was a breeze, with very friendly, helpful attendants. We opted for the queen-size smaller room. Plenty of room! A side chair, a desk and chair, s fridge, and all was clean and new. Breakfast is basic. Don't hesitate to stay here.

the hotel is more like a motel but the rooms are very nice! they have everything you need, coffee included, bathroom nice and clean. bed was really comfortable as well. and the stuff was soooo friendly! that was really amazing. around the hotel you have every restaurant chain that exists, so lunch and dinner are safe :) breakfast was included and delicious, especially the pancakes. I would stay there again.

Had reservations for a family wedding here for weeks with other family members. The walkway to the rooms on the second floor were covered with nails, scaffolding and workers with with saws. When I told the manager she said sorry we are sold out and there is nothing we can do to help you. Nails everywhere even the parking lot. Room is beautiful inside but getting in is a nightmare!

The room was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of thick towels. Breakfast bar was above average with a good variety of foods to chose from. Only complaint is close to the highway and did hear several sirens. Will definitely stay again when traveling to Nashville

The hotel is hard to get in and out of because of so much traffic on the main road. They provide shampoo and body wash in the tub but it is argon oil and made everything slippery, plus the tub had not been cleaned out. We came back to our hotel to find that the room was not cleaned. When we inquired about it , they said there was a problem with the tub and needed to move us. They did not put a note on the door to let us know that there was even a problem. The next night the lock to our new room didn't work and after 45 minutes of trying to open the door, the desk clerk had to call the manager to come and reset the lock and open the door. He said they knew that there was a problem with this door. They did try to resolve the problems, but only after there had been multiple issues.

We spent two nights at Best Western Franklin Inn in Franklin, TN. Check in was a breeze and the staff are friendly. We had a room with one bed in it and the rooms are somewhat small but they were clean. In fact when we first walked into the room, the smell of bleach is a little overwhelming but it goes away. The beds are not the most comfortable I've slept in but certainly not the worst, I got a good nights sleep. The rooms have refrigerators in them which is convenient. I was satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

We stayed overnight on our way to ride the Natchez Trace by motorcycles. Rooms were clean, liked that we could park right outside our room. Makes for easy packing and unpacking the motorcycles. We could also keep an easy eye on our bikes!

a very nice, clean, quiet hotel. great location, close to everything, starbucks just behind, one block from interstate 65. hotel was recently remodeled, right down to the stripes for parking. staff was great, always called me by my first name, will definitely will stay hear again when we come back to the area.

We have stayed at BW many times in the last two months and have greatly enjoyed them They have all been modernized and updated to make for a great stay. The breakfast is always great with hot food and a good variety of different things. Would recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at this location twice previously and had no problems. The rooms were clean and services were adequate; however, during this visit, I was bitten by a bug/spider in my sleep during the first night of my stay. I had three bites on my chin and one on my collarbone. After my conference the next day, I went to the front desk to report my complaint. I was told that there were no other rooms available (a legitimate problem), but there was no attempt to rectify the situation. No offer to have housekeeping inspect the room, no offer to discount my stay, no care or concern expressed for my discomfort. I was disappointed with the response (or lack of response) from the man at the front desk.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room were clean and comfortable. I also liked the decorations. It was easily accessible to the Interstate. There were some very good restaurants nearby in Franklin. I always sleep good on the comfortable mattresses at Best Westerns. The breakfast had a variety of food. Unfortunately, because we went to breakfast around 9:00 AM and the hotel was full, the breakfast area was crowded and it was difficult to get to the food.There is a gym but the hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This makes it difficult for early risers that do their workouts earlier. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely chose this hotel in the future.

nicely updated, the keyless entry is the way to go. a little noisey, but just for a bit. the room was clean and comfy, i like the wall mount soap, loation and body wash. all it needed was a microwave oven.

If I could give a 3.5 for a rating I would. Room is clean and efficient. No fuss or frills. Seems as though rooms have been updated decor wise, but not a huge fan of room setup. Big vanity with sink are in the open room and shower/toilet are in room right next. Office is in main building as you pull in and that is where free breakfast is too. Have to go outside across parking lot to reach, not great if you wanna wear PJs to breakfast. Doors open to parking lot and because of this it is noisy! I can here everything going on outside, people/cars/highway traffic. Room is decent and clean for the one night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period.

they had beg bugs and did nothing to accommodate the issue. we had to change and now out an hour to dry the clothes, and everything is booked so now we have to drive 5 hours home at 12:00 at night. we are one tired family.

With such a great rate I was afraid it would not be s goid choice but I had no complaints at all and was happy with the motel. Clean, our room was up to date, good hot water, variety at breakfast. The area wasn't sketchy to me. Next to a Shoneys for midnight snack after being out in Nashville late.

I choose this hotel because its close enough to downtown Nashville, without the ridicilous prices that come with being in downtown Nashville. They have a nice breakfast and the rooms are clean. They could update their rooms a bit, but for a stay where you spend less than 5 hours in the room, it is well worth it.

Rooms are very clean but the showers have no water pressure. Takes forever to rinse soap and shampoo off. Shower heads are not adjustable. The are fixed and your stuck standing against the back wall of the shower just to be in the water stream. I travel for work and love a good shower at the end of the day. This was a big disappointment to me.

Very convenient to I-65. Although the buildings are older, they have been nicely remodeled. Room doors open to the outside, which is to be expected of an older property. Breakfast was very good. This hotel offers a very good value.I would stay here again.

I have stayed in the Franklin Best Western on 3 separate occasions due to being in the area on a semi-regular basis. The past 2 stays I have been visited by hotel staff 8:30-9:00am to inquire if I were checking out early and if not, what time I would be leaving (with a “DO NOT DISTURB” tag on the door). 11:00am is the posted check-out time. If you're taking advantage of sleeping in with no kids, or had a late night and sleeping in, I wouldn't recommend staying at this one. They'll make sure you're up and out of bed by 9am.

This is not a Best Western Plus Property. So it is a basic clean room, and decent breakfast fclose to the interstate highway. The staff are trying their best to provide a quality stay, but it is a bit older property. The internet was a bit slow but stable. The tv picture on many stations was fuzzy. It is clean, and convenient.

This place has quick efficient front desk. Our room was very clean. It was very close to many restaurants and service stations. Being as close to the road as we were it was quiet. There are several grocery stores

Didn't realize this location did not have an elevator, when asked to switch to a first floor room was told no availability yet there where available rooms, I have difficulty climbing stairs. They allowed large trucks to take 2 or 3 regular parking spaces instead of having them park along the fence line which left no parking for cars coming in late arrival. Not a friendly staff, left a do not disturb sign on the door yet the maid staff Banged on the door and woke us up asking if we were checking out two hours before check out time. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Rooms are not appealing either. Very disappointed.

I booked this hotel to be my half-point stay when driving down to NOLA. I booked the room using Airmiles and wasn't disappointed. The weather was so nasty driving down, torrential rain. I was exhausted when I arrived, and it helped that the desk clerk was super friendly. He welcomed me and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I'm very careful about how much hotels put on my credit cards as I've been double-charged several times after already paying for a room up front. I was very pleased that the clerk ran the card for incidentals, but didn't put any kind of hold on it at all. The room was on the first floor, which was great because there is no elevator. The clerk, Nathan, told me they save 1st floor rooms close to the office when they see a woman traveling alone...will definitely stay here again. The parking lot was well-lit and I felt safe. There is a Shoney's right there within very easy walking distance if you're so inclined. The room was very clean and had clearly been updated recently. Loved the silver tones in the decorating. Nice towels, great coffee for the in-room machine. Clean fridge and microwave. The remote even came in a 'clean remote' bag. The bed was very comfortable...a must. I loved the reading lights attached to the headboard. I'd love to have those at home. Nice selection of tv channels and tv in perfect working order. The bathroom was also stocked with higher-end products.Room was spotlessly clean.I wish I could've transported this room to NOLA lol. I didn't try the breakfast. I usually have no luck with Gluten-free hotel bfast unless it's a really fancy place with a buffet. But it looked clean just like the lobby. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would stay there again . Easy access to highway and shopping. Parking is limited, late check in you may need to park far from your entrance. Breakfast room was a bit small for the number of rooms. We went early, so was room to sit.

Staying in this hotel on our way home from Florida we were impressed with how nice the people were. We were really impressed with Edward who worked in the Breakfast Area. As we ate we noticed how he made sure all food was replenished immediately, helped with people getting their food and especially how clean he kept the area and the tables. We did appreciate it.

Best Western had a very helpful staff who were knowledgeable of the area. Many restaurants in the area as well as fast food. The breakfast was very good and the food was well prepared. I liked the foyer area and the overall appearance in the lobby.

The room was very clean however the sink was slow to drain and the tub had no stopper. Breakfast was good and hot, bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of lights throughout the room. Was very quite.

The rooms are newly remodeled. The staff was extremely helpful and take great pride in maintaining clean property. From the moment you are greeted at the check in to the moment you leave, you will be impressed with the level of customer service. Great location to interstate and several nearby restaurants.

Registration and dining in small building out front. Two stories with outside entry and only stairs. Street facing rooms close to registration and food, but lots of street noise. If desire a quieter room request a room in the back, but farther from lobby. Rooms clean, with everything needed for your stay but we did not have a microwave. Did have a refrigerator. Breakfast room adequate--had gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, fruit, etc. Convenient location to interstate, stores. Would recommend this hotel.

If you're looking for a great stopover between destinations, this is it. Super competitive pricing and convenient to I-65, this one should be high on your list. Very clean room and a filling, hot breakfast added up to a wonderful stay. Nice touches included individual bed reading lamps and a sterilized remote. Would highly recommend a stay here with Nick and staff.

If you are looking for a comfortable room at a good price, you can't go wrong here. Beding was very comfortable, towels were thick and clean. In room coffee was great as well. Price was very reasonable, staff were cheerful and helpful too

The hotel and the staff were great! Their customer service was outstanding! The manager was very helpful when we asked for restaurant suggestions and such. We would not hesitate to book a room here if our travels bring us back through Nashville!

This hotel has outdoor entrances and is located feet from a major highway. The noise was terrible! Each morning at 0530 the truckers and construction crews started up for the day and woke the whole place up. The breakfast was really good, but it felt more like a motel than anything.

this is a motel style with room entrances off the parking lot -which makes it noisy with outside traffic - the room was obviously older with many layers of paint to freshen it up but overall the room was acceptable the bed was comfortable - the evening desk clerk was not overly friendly =- the morning breakfast was very good with fresh offerings and sausage biscuits and gravy etc the morning staff young woman was extremely pleasant and friendly

very nice room, enjoyed our stay. Checked in late evening for a 3 night stay for child's athletic event. Left early in the morning the first full day, came back around 11am, found that our door was pulled to but the bar for the top lock was blocking it from shutting, and the vacuum cleaner was still in our room. We stayed there for over an hour with the door remaining open, and housekeeping finally showed up to get their vacuum cleaner. From that point on, we kept the do not disturb sign out, so that housekeeping did not come back in the remainder of our stay. Our shower gel mounted on shower wall was empty, and our vanity sink faucet had a small leak that I covered with a washrag. The room was nice, and the bed comfortable.

The rooms were clean and relatively inexpensive. The beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the breakfast was a great value. We had no issues when we stayed here and would stay again.

The staff at this hotel was pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast had good options from hot food to cereals, yogurts, fruit etc. The only negative is internet speed is quite slow. Not an "upscale" hotel, but good value.

Plenty of parking. Rooms very clean and spacious. Layout is ‘motel' style, with rooms at front and rear over 2 floors. Front desk staff were lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast area is large and bright, kept well stocked. Plenty of places to eat nearby - just short drive.

The check in staff was very friendly. This is an older hotel but clean and comfortable. The price was ok. I did not try the breakfast. The wifi was speedy enough. The rooms all have outside access, of course no elevator so ask for downstairs room if you can't navigate the stairs easily with luggage.

was out of room for 6 hours, room not made.up, said I had do not disturb on door. I understand mistakes are made, but dont lie and say I had DND on door. also, no offer for fresh towels, empty trash, etc......BW should be more choosy of who they let manage a.hotel with there name on it

I travelled to Franklin, TN, in October 2018 and booked two rooms in this hotel-- one for me and another for a friend. We checked in at night around 7:00 p.m so it was not terribly late. However, the night clerk was probably already not having fun working at night--which I get that. But, if you are part of the hospitality industry you have to behave as if you were so pleased to see the customer walking. I can confidently say that the receptionist was little opaque and dry. He did not give us the usual hotel information and he haphazardly directed us to the location of the rooms, after I asked him. It took us 5-10 minutes to find the rooms because they were way in the back. My room did not have a nice smell to it at but this was not my main issue. The main concern was the amount of dust I found on every item, particularly on the napkins box and the coffee maker. How could someone have coffee when he sees this multitudinous dust? I was grossed out. This tells me that housekeeping in this hotel was not up to snuff. The next morning, the day clerk was in much better mood and spirit than his colleague from the night before. He even greeted and smiled at us. The breakfast was great and got lots of varieties. I particularly liked the pancake machine. However (and there is always however), the fruits in the basket looked ancient as if belonged to the Flinstone age. Also, my friend and I found two pieces of hair on the plates. Needless to say, that was not a great experience. I would say give this hotel a try because it is not that expensive but the management must get its act together. I mean, the Hotel lies within the heart of the most beautiful city of Franklin and it should adequately represent this magnificent city.

We stayed here in Franklin on our recent trip down to Florida and it was a very good experience. The Hotel has been recently updated and the rooms and amenities are top-notch. The rooms are quiet and well-appointed. The breakfast was much better than we expected and certainly was a pleasant surprise. We would certainly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Nashville or just passing through.

In town for weekend for a concert at Bridgestone arena. The room was VERY clean and well decorated. Was up to date and modern. Location was PERFECT! Right off interstate and within walking distance of Starbucks and Einstein bagles among other places. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was concerned about exterior doors being it was just my and my girls. But I felt very safe even when we came in late after concert. My only negative was the place to eat breakfast was to small and not enough seating either day I was there. Food was good but didn't eat last day bc nowhere to sit to eat. I would most definitely recommend and stay here again.

This Best Western is a nice place for an really affordable price, good breakfast, clean rooms and nice shower, Franklin is a great town outside of Nashville. I would recommend a stay here and will be back

The room was clean and well decorated. All of the amenities were provided. The front desk was kind, helpful, and always available. The price was low for what was provided. The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of choices, which is helpful for people on a restrictive diet.

We stopped here on our way to New Orleans. It is a very easy on/off from 65. The AC worked very well, the kids accused us of turning the room into a freezer. The hot water was great. The breakfast offering was better than some I have seen. They had sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, eggs and pancakes along with the usual contenental offerings. The hotel is older, but you can tell they have made an effort to keep up the property. The bed was also comfortable, which is great after a long drive. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

I was alone so they gave me one small room with a standard size bed. Room was nice enough and seemed fairly clean. Went to use the fridge and discovered previous occupants food still in top of fridge, also eater pooling along the bottom inside and outside. Internet would connect but would not work well enough to even begin to load a page

The hotel was clean and easy to get to from the interstate. It is on the opposite side of the interstate from Cool Springs Mall. This makes it easier to get in and out of the hotel. There is shopping and a lot of restaurants at the Mall.

Old fashioned motel with entrance directly from outside but appeared recently remodeled and clean with decent sized rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable and had an excellent night sleep! The breakfast was also good with eggs, sausage links, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and some fruit plus pancakes. Decent water pressure and had plenty of hot water. Very reasonably priced!

We stayed in this hotel as it was convenient to Trevecca University where our son was returning to college. We loved the comfortable beds and the clean rooms. The staff readily brought extra coffee to our room when we requested and provided an amazing breakfast buffet. The hotel is convenient to local stores, restaurants and very close to the interstate. Use caution when turning into the main entrance. We chose to turn left at the light just past the hotel entrance and enter from the side. Great hotel and great value

Hotel was clean & quiet. Staff was friendly & helpful. I wish however this hotel chain would go completely non-smoking. There was always someone sitting out side their hotel room smoking as the entrance for each room was directly from the parking lot. If you have COPD, asthma or any lung condition, the smoke is an issue. I am also not a fan of hotels where you enter into the room directly from the parking lot - Security is an issue for me.

Location Location Location right off the Highway Quiet Clean and very good rates. Choose this Motel because it was close to the event that i was attending at the Loveless Cafe. Recently renovated and no problems .

Everything was great. I definitely recommend this hotel! The service was great, the room was clean, and the price was perfect. We went down for breakfast but there were a lot of people there and we were there during the last half hour so things were out of stock. I am sure they stocked them back up but I cannot really review the breakfast because I did not get to try anything other than cereal. I would say it was good though, they obviously had a lot to offer!

Nothing fancy but was clean, comfortable beds and room had fridge. Breakfast available. Plenty of outlets, which seem to be an issue these days. It is a two story with All entries from outside. Good parking.

I probably would not have booked this hotel, if I had known the room was accessible only from the outside, but glad I went with the 8.5 rating. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property from, checkin, the professional friendly staff, to a very tasty breakfast! Kudos to housekeeping. One of the best presented rooms I have stayed in, in a long time. I wasn't grossed out for once and we have stayed in some expensive, five star resorts and my room, by far was nicer. It's as if someone still takes pride in their job! Our stay was August 21. Management, job well done in running a superior hotel! Pool looked nice and well kept too!!

Our check in was smooth and pretty quick. The hotel was very clean which is a HUGE plus! Location was easy to find and plenty of parking. The complimentary breakfast was very good also. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Check the room out before you go in. BW is always nice but this room had wet rugs. My room had wet rugs and it made it very humid in there. Air conditioner worked off and on. It should of taken the humidity out, but it didn't work well enough to do the job

For the price this place was amazing! The rooms are newly remodeled and the breakfast was AWESOME! Great location close to highways and downtown Franklin. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to the Nashville area!

We traveled to Tennessee on an impromptu vacation. The Best Western Franklin Inn was convienent and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. Clean and comfortable.

What does a good motel have to have. Location. .....This motel is right off the freeway not more than 2 blocks. Friendliness......The gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a smile, accomodated our request for a room on the first floor and even called us later in the evening to see if there was something he could do for us. Room.....the room was large, well appointed, super clean and the air conditioning worked. There was lots of hot water in the morning for a shower and more clean white towels than you can possibly use. And, oh, the best part, the rate was fantastic.

I picked this location because it's right off 65. It had a pool and playground which my kids loved. I decided to stay another night and the staff were very helpful. They were even able to give me the rate I paid online. I only came for a little family getaway with my kids but would definitely stay again.

The only smoking room we could find, clean, great rate, friendly staff. Full breakfast, nice pool. Very nice stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nashville area. It's worth the 20 minute drive!??????

Last minute decided to stay overnight in the area. Room was clean, but was comfortable. The carpet was a bit damp and was told they had just cleaned it. Bed was very nice. Spacious room. Gave me a ground floor as requested

We had a great stay and good night's rest at this Best Western. Clean rooms, nice amenities, a good breakfast all made our stay quite comfortable. Not over-priced, convenient to where we needed to be. A good hot breakfast with several food choices.

We first stayed at this Best Western in 2017 and enjoyed our stay. So when I needed to be in the Nashville area recently, I chose this motel again. It is very convenient to I-65 and not far from Nashville attractions. It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We brought left-over pizza to the lobby one night and asked to use the micro-wave; the desk attendant gave us plates and allowed us to eat in the breakfast area that was actually closed. We found this motel met our needs and stayed two nights on this trip. The complimentary breakfast offers a good selection. There is an outside pool and small fitness room on the second level. I feel that this area is safe; lights outside the rooms are a safety feature that might bother some guests. The curtains inside were heavy and blocked most of the light. There are fast food restaurants on Murfreesboro Road and a drug store and grocery store nearby. The room had a one-cup coffee maker and a small refrigerator (microwave in lobby).

Our stay at this Best Western was excellent. The outside speaks to its age, but our room was very modern looking. Checking in and out everyone was very hospitable and courteous. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

It was a great location and the facility was top notch! The staff was attentive and caring and the kids loved the pool after our long drive north. The breakfast was great ands the perfect distance to finish our trip in leisure and comfort. We were traveling with family (4 rooms) snd was a perfect location to break the trip hime. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was clean and quite. These are the things I look for in a room when traveling. This is close enough to Nashville at a much cheaper rate. We will stay here again when we travel to Nashville, TN.

Stayed here one night. It was nice enough. The room was a little small, but it was clean. The furniture appeared to be relatively new. The bed was comfortable - a huge plus! The water pressure in the shower was low, but that was really the only poor quality. The room doors open to the outside - I'm not a fan in general of hotels set up this way - but I felt safe. Breakfast was good, although the breakfast area is a little small. Clean and comfortable room - perfect for an overnight stay.

I was told the rooms were $109.00, which is way too much, I did not get a receipt at the desk and I was charged $128.96 for the first room and $152.41 for the second. When I called I was told "too bad, the second room was $129.00", but I was not told this at check in, they also charged $43.37 for tax, which is outrageous. I did not receive my receipt by email even though I gave them my email address, they said they did not have it, so I was lied to twice, I will never stay there again, what a rip off!

My husband and I just returned from a two night stay at the BW Franklin Inn. Our son and his family have just relocated to the area. Hotel was very clean, comfortable, very affordable, and safe. It is right off the Interstate for convenience. This is a property of yesterday with outside doors and two floors. We stayed on the back side in a spacious King room so it was very quite. While we were there, two different young adult athletic teams were there. No noise problems at all. Hotel guest were senior adults (like us :) ) along with families with small children and the athletic teams. House keeping was wonderful.....breakfast was great with a variety of items from cereals, breads, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, meat, potatoes, and even yogurt-- (I have never seen a pancake machine until here!)--but best of all was the staff. Warm greeting--and a kindness offered to all the guest. There is a nice pool area and great playground on the property. Internet and television reception was wonderful. Within walking distance are Waffle House and Shoney's (in parking lot). Behind hotel is Publix. Just across the street is Aldi and a shopping center. There are also an abundance fast food locations near the hotel. Cool Springs Mall a few exits from property. I will tell you--BW is not our usual hotel choice BUT Mr. Nathan at this property has helped our son with his relocation to the area while selecting a permanent home.....we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. When we are in the area again we will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

Older hotel, but very clean, comfortable room. The main entrance is on a very busy road, so I definitely recommend using the back entrance where you can enter the roadway at a traffic light. Close to restaurants and shopping. And not nearly as expensive as similar hotels in Nashville.

Great place to stay with friendly, polite staff. Reasonably priced. Nice, comfortable, clean room. Awesome complimentary breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Great outdoor pool with nice table and chairs surrounding it. Super playground for kids. Close to things.

My sisters and I had a great girls' trip to Franklin and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location felt safe. Breakfast was delicious. The fitness center is small but nice quality. The internet in the room worked well, allowing us to stream movies without any trouble.

Stayed 3 nights at this Best Western and the hospitality exceeded our expectations Breakfast as always hot and delicious The only negative is that this BE had outside rooms. I like entering my room inside but this one you enter from outside. Not a huge problem but it's important to me Pleasant stay!

We got this place late in the day because we did not want to drive any longer. The room was clean but on the small side. In wall A/C was on the noisy side, but did cool well. The hotel is near route 65 and there is lots of shopping in the area.

Our room was clean, but did have a weird smell which is frequently the case in rooms so we came equipped with Glade spray! Breakfast was good, but there was no where to sit in the breakfast area( crowded), so my kids and I had to sit in the lobby on some benches hunched over a coffee table. Also, the laundry facility was out of order. That was a huge disappointment and one of the reasons I booked the room.

My husband is disabled so we asked if they have a roll in shower when we booked. We were told yes. Nope. Not even a shower seat and the closet is in the shower. The room was too tiny to have his wheelchair in. And we were asked to leave the room why they cleaned. The breakfast was the best part of this old hotel but still kinda a pain to take a wheelchair in their strange parking lot full of speed bumps and big dips. Their pool was not opened yet which was also a bummer.

Lobby reeked of distasteful perfume, thought it might be cleaning fluid, but sooo bad! Room was same but not quite as strong but too much to be comfortable. Staff was good, Hispanic man in breakfast was exceptional. Anticipated needs of all having breakfast, also nice selection, changed a bit every day. Bathtub would not draiin, but was fixed immediately upon reporting. Much concern about the carpet. When taking showers, water coming off feet was BLACK! Even after being reported. Guess should not go barefoot in room... Some problem when checking in. Not sure if hotel or Booking.com. Had requested room with two beds, reservation showed one queen bed. Not acceptable Upgrade cost a bit more, especially over Fri and Sat. Good location, nice grounds helpful staff.

The only reason we opted to stay at this particular hotel is that every other hotel was $200+ a night due to the Memorial Day weekend. Even this one, I'm sure had doubled it's price for the holiday. It's definitely an older hotel and typically I would not have chosen this hotel. The past reviews had enough questionable red flags to have kept me far, far away from it. However, out of desperation we stayed. Just to experience Nashville. You can tell the hotel is older, just by the repairs they've attempted to make on the rooms. The beds were okay. For me, they were a bit too hard, which accounted for my lackluster sleep that night. The room itself, when it comes to it's cleanliness was subpar. There was a hair in the sink and for some reason, these Best Western's have an issue with cleaning toothpaste from their handles. Either their cleaning staff needs glasses or they need to pay more attention to detail. Especially when it comes to vaccuming the room. Most of the room was clean, except for the area against the far wall, next to the second bed. Needless to say, we opted to sleep on the other bed. In turn, we never would walk on the floor without having some sort of footwear on our feet. When it comes to the amenities, everything is fixed to the wall. Soap was in a container on the wall near the sink. In the shower, the body wash and shampoo was firmly attached to the wall. After a brief use of the shampoo, I ended up using another hotels body wash and shampoo I had brought along. When it comes to the shower, wow is about the only thing I can think of regarding it. For a short person reaching the shower head would be impossible. It's fixed above you, at least six feet, if not more. And where the water falls, forces you to stand near the back of the tub. We didn't bother with breakfast, preferring to go next door to Waffle House. The staff that I encountered at both check-in and check-out were pleasant, so I had no issues with them. I had to promise my husband that we would never stay at this location again. But for someone on the road, desperate for a night's stay, go for it. Only if it's your only option or you are on a tight budget. After this stay at a Best Western, and based on a previous stay at a Best Western in Florida that had cleaning issues, to be honest it's highly doubtful that I will be seeking out any Best Western's to stay in the future.

Best Western is a quite adequate older motel in a perfect location for our needs. Staff is great. Food is good. Lots of parking, but perhaps not entirely safe. Pool had just opened for summer and area was clean and well-kept.

Get to breakfast as soon as it opens. Gets very crowded and offerings are few toward 9am. The rest of the stay was OK. Rooms very clean; quiet at night; nice TV service. Beds very comfortable and pillows too

Our room was very clean and modern. Location was also very great, with plenty of shopping and dining options within a very short distance. Also, very easy to find being right off the highway. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We booked this Inn through USAA Member Travel Privileges and were pleasantly surprised with the booking. The front desk was professional and the grounds were kept immaculate. The room exceeded our expectations and was spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast bar and pool area. Any help we needed about the local historic district was provided by the staff in a pleasantly professional manner. Highly recommend this Inn when visiting Franklin TN.

This was a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. I will be in the area again and will stay at this location again. It was a good location. There was a Starbucks directly behind our room. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here several times for volleyball tournaments my daughter has played in. The rooms are clean and updated. Shoney's, Waffle House, and Starbucks are adjacent to the property. Hotel is convenient to the interstate and many other places of interest. Price is always great! We will be back.

We haven't had the best of experiences with hotel stays this trip and we've stayed everywhere from a Marriott to a Super 8. This particular place gave us a great experience and we would most definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff makes all the difference.

Thus B/W motel is very comfortable and is easy on/off the Interstate. There are many popular eating places close by. The breakfast was well presented and good. The room was clean and a good place to spend the night..

Hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, within walking distance of many restaurants and a Kroger grocery store. Our room was very clean and even though we were next to the staircase (Rm. 140) it was extremely quiet. The hotel staff were pleasant and very professional. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Very overpriced for what it is. Tv didn't work took 2 hrs for someone to come fix it. Tried to call the office and the phone wasn't working. Upon looking at the phone it didn't even have a cord on it from the phone to the wall jack. We placed the phone directly in front of the TV so housekeeping would see it and it stayed there for 2 days. This is a security problem when you can't reach the office.

We were just passing thru between Alabama and Kentucky and needed a place to stay. Nashville was the halfway point, but prices were outrageous. Since we weren't going to have time to do any siteseeing, we opted to stay in Franklin instead. The Best Western was clean, comfortable, had free breakfast, and was conveniently located off I-65 ... And so much cheaper. Just what we needed. No frills. It is a motel after all. But even in a chain, there can be extreme variation in quality. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We reserved and paid for this room ahead of time. When arriving at 10:30 due to flight delays we opened the bed to find that it had very OBVIOUSLY not had the sheets changed. I called the front desk and was told "the staff is gone we don't have anyone to change the sheets." I said, we'll change the sheets, just get me some clean ones. I went to the front desk only to be told "We're fully booked and there are no more sheets left," We ended up sleeping in our clothes on the overturned bedspread. I called Best Western customer service and go NO reply. DONE with Best Western, DONE with this hotel.Stay away.

A good affordable option for a single overnight during a road trip South. Room decor has been updated, but the building itself is old. Hotel staff was decent, not extremely friendly and approachable, but we're accommodating when needed. There was some sort of mix up at some point because another couple was able to use their key to walk directly into our room, which caused our keys to deactivate. That was a little scary. We requested a crib and instead of a fitted sheet to use on the mattress, they provided a regular bath towel to be used, which DOES NOT promote safe sleep of infants. Are we unhappy with our stay? No. It served it's purpose and there are several eating options and it's extremely close to I65. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Comfortable beds , very clean recently renovated room. Great location to visit Franklin, Tn. Friendly staff. Affordable prices for all your basic needs for a short stay. OK breakfast. Nice playground for the kids.

We stopped here for a quick overnight stop in Franklin, TN. The room we had was a bit on the small side but it suited our needs just fine as it was just my husband and I. The room was very clean! It's in a convenient location but kinda hard to get out of the parking lot if your making a left sometimes due to traffic (you can go around back and go around behind the the starbucks and go to the light though).

Positives: This hotel has obviously been reworked and it's pretty good overall. The beds were good, the shower was fine, plenty of hot water. We picked it because it doesn't allow pets and finding one like this is getting more and more difficult. my Mother-in-Law and my wife both suffer from allergies to dog and cat hair/dander and since many people let their animals on the beds, it's pretty untenable and makes them miserable. Negatives: The Internet was not good - signal was 1 bar so not much use. The big negative was the noise. Our neighbor played his TV until 3:30 AM and the sound came through the walls. In the morning there was a lot of noise also, very early. They put us in the back of the 2nd unit, where semi trucks parked. The noise there was really bad, and woke us up about 6:00. The manager apologized but said it was all they had left so not much choice. Conclusion: We would stay there again because as I said the room was fine overall and didn't allow pets. However, I would insist on a different room location.

We've stayed there 3 times on our visits to Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. Full beakfast included is a real benefit. Convenient location to historic sites, including Carnton Plantation, where my great grandmother Mariah Reddick was once enslaved.

i travel a lot, and I used my points for this stay.. I was a little worried on room just costing 12000 points a night.. but to my surprise, the room was very nice , clean , and the bed. , OMG we slept like a baby.. and the breakfast was a hit as way..I never do these surveys, but this time , this place calls for two thumps up!!! The hotel resembles a motel with each door leading to the outside, of which I am not a fan. However, the rooms were nicely updated and sufficient. The sink area is within the room and not separate in the same room as the shower, which makes getting ready an issue for anyone still sleeping. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The location is great, right off of the highway and close to a ton of shops and minutes from downtown Franklin. The price value was great too. I would recommend staying here.

They just not as quick with resolving a matter and when you mention it there response is sorry but no care or follow up on the matter.Not sure why that's wasn't what I got in the beginning when we first start coming

We stayed here while travelling thru from Wisconsin to Pensacola. We were very impressed with this well-managed hotel. Not the most plush place but very clean, very comfortable, and everything was well done. Breakfast was good. We were so pleased we made it a point to stay here on our return trip. Recommend . This is an excellent value.

Friendly helpful staff. Fitness room and complimentary breakfast included. In close proximity to our conference at The Factory at Franklin and all kinds of shopping and dining within walking distance. Our room cost a third less money than others who chose lodging farther away. We saved enough to pay for our dinners!! Thanks Best Western, see you same time next year!!

The room was clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. Will return for sure; This was our second stay here. Made a point to stay there this time. We asked for first floor and away from highway noise and that is what we got. Right by highway 65. Easy on and easy off.

The hotel looked nice in pictures, and the property had undergone some recent updates. However, the building is still weathered and not as clean as it could be. There was some kind of booger smeared on the bathroom door, there was men's hair left on the vanity from shaving, from a previous guest. The breakfast area was far too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. We left and went to Starbucks, which was unfortunate as I purposely looked for a hotel with breakfast included. I also read many reviews which stated the breakfast was great. However, i thought it was average. I saw the staff working very hard to keep up with demand, and he did a great job... but the food options there were nothing out of the ordinary.

Very convenient location, we love Best Westerns. Updated room with plenty of outlets. We try to stay at Best Western as much as possible and love the new updates that they are incorporating into them.

Overnight trip. Reasonable room rate and nice room. Older but has been renovated, painted and generally updated. Clean and kept up nice! Central to restaurants and main road. Would definitely Recommend!

The breakfast is very nice, lots of choices. Very busy hotel with parking near rooms. Everything went well until the end when I presented a compliant with Raphael at the front desk. I was highly offended with how he spoke to me and we will not return to this hotel. I have business here 3-4 weeks a month.

The hotel has been updated. Rooms were specious and updated. Breakfast was good always had eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, and cold items. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The house keeping could use improvement, on most days the cleaning didn't not start before noon. Garbage in the breakfast area were overflowing. We were told the area is not great, but we disnt have any concerns with it.

This was my family second time staying at this hotel. We had previously stayed here two years ago. We were impressed with the new decor in the room. They are updated and refreshing!!! We were impressed!!!

I stayed there for just a day, but had a remarkable experience. Easy Checkin, clean n neat surrounding, good room quality and the surprising part was the lovely breakfast with so much variety. Good and courteous staff especially the Indian guy at the breakfast who was so helpful and kind in service.

Room need more attention when it comes to cleanliness. I cut my stay short due to roaches in my room after having to change rooms three times. The only way I would go back to this location if it was my last resort.

father was in hospital I needed a room close by went to best western was able to get a room quickly and my smoking preference quickly. used best western a year ago for brothers illness because of being so close to hospital and service then was just as good and efficient as this time. we always recommend best western.

We decided to stay in Franklin, TN to celebrate a birthday. Clean room, very accommodating, friendly staff. Many options for food, entertainment and shopping. They serve a full, complimentary breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was extremely clean the staff wars really nice and the breakfast was great as well. I travel frequently and this might be the best experience I paid this year. The rates are great and the service is great and the breakfast was good as well

BE WARNED - This hotel does not care about its paying customers whatsoever. My husband and I were driving back from Florida to our home in the midwest and had booked this hotel about two weeks in advance (through Priceline). As we were driving through Georgia, my husband and I both became ill and had to stop in Georgia (rather than at this hotel). When we called the hotel to let them know we would not be making it, the front desk person (whom we could not understand because of his strong accent) made it clear that he would not be willing to work with us on cancelling and he refused to give us his name to give to Priceline so they could cancel it on their end. He also said he was going to charge us a cancellation fee. He was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. My husband and I are very friendly people and were very polite to him. I was a bit shocked, as I had read many good reviews about the hotel. I will never attempt to stay here again.

This place was dirty! The bathroom was never mopped or the toilet cleaned. A dirty towel used to wipe off the floor full of black hair was hanging behind the door. Toilet wouldn't flush. Door to the room was stuck and you had to push open with your shoulder.

Small rooms, but great value for just sleeping. Very tasty breakfast! Clean room & wonderful staff. Easy access to the expressway. We would be happy to stay there again. This survey requires a minimum of 200 Characters. It is difficult to do.

We booked our stay thru one of the "they pick your hotel apps". Driving up we noticed that the structure was an external hallway type..."oh well, i thought, win some lose some". It turns out it was win some! At check in, they courteously and quickly gave us our room and we drove over and found that it was a king and we had 4 in our party(me, wife and 2 teenage kids). We drove back to front desk to ask for a change, expecting the usual, "you didnt choose bed preference or we need to charge additional for that room type banter", but nope. Desk person tried but system didnt allow it, and he called the manager, who hurriedly returned(slightly out of breath) to take care of our issue! Upon entering our new double room, we find a nicely redecorated older room with new carpeting and tile, fast internet and comfortable beds. After a good nights rest, we went to breakfast, expecting continental, but to finding eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits! Pleasant surprises at every turn, great value! If I owned a hotel business, this is how I would wish that my mangement staff ran the operation!

It is clean, new decor in rooms, very comfortable beds, good hot breakfast. Only negative is the main lobby is detached from the rooms. It was quite a wet walk from the room to the breakfast. Only a small amount of road noise, not enough to wake you up.

This is an older property off Murfreesboro Rd but set back so you don't get the road noise. The property has been recently remodeled, very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. Now, I stayed by myself with a single queen bed but if you have a family of 4, the rooms might be a tad bit small. The free breakfast was actually better than most at this price point. The staff was very good and nice. The one downside was the slow wi-fi, but it is free. No, this is not a 5-star, or even 4-star resort with all those amenities, but it is, IMO, a solid clean, comfortable, quiet 4-star hotel especially for the price!! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had read previous good reviews, so selected this hotel. My daughter and I are still not sure they could possibly have been for the same place we stayed. Staff not helpful. Really needed to be on internet to finish up business and when it went out nothing was done to fix it. Never did get it back before checkout. Rooms were barely adequate, for the price, and would definitely picked another hotel had we known. The staff was condescending and then did nothing concrete to solve the internet problem. Am sure the one lady went to our check out room to prove us wrong and we never saw her again...We went on to the BW Plus at Nashville airport and was difference of night and day. That one we would recommend with no hesitation.

Close to I-65. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee maker in the room was a plus. The hotel property had been upgraded. There was a few things I would have completely changed such as the door frames. They looked as if they had a hundred coats of paint but that is really no biggie. Overall we had a good experience.

Was looking for a place to stay overnight for a funeral out of state. Found this hotel within our budget. Rooms, bed, and bath were clean. Breakfast area seemed small and congested. Staff were friendly.

We selected this property last minute primarily based on location and reviews. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Full breakfast is offered; however we decided to select a different local option.

It was a nice hotel in a GREAT location and easy access to highway and food etc. smoking rooms not that nice but regular rooms were better. We didn't spend much time in the rooms so we were ok with it.

Our room was very small for the $100 for the night. We will not stay in this motel again. The hotel is easy to find but that was about the only good thing about this place. Internet was slow and not secure.

The staff help me check in early and got house keeping to clean the rooms I need first . The rooms were very clean .House keeping did a good job.. The hotel has been updated very nice .And the beds were outstanding. The breakfeast was very good also I,am planning to start staying with best western more often .

Great price booking on Priceline. Was on a mother/daughter trip to Alabama.Hotel is in a nice, clean, and safe area. There is a Starbucks and a grocery store in walking distance. Also, there are nearby restaurants. Our room was clean, modern, spacious, and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good and above a typical continental breakfast. Historic downtown Franklin is less than 3 miles and Nashville is about a 20 minute drive. Will stay here anytime I'm in this area or traveling thru!

Spent 3 nights here and I can truthfully say that this is among the best Best Westerns that I have ever checked in to. The breakfast was very good, the room was nicely decorated and very clean. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was satisfactory. Couldn't get wifi, but that was my fault. Was glad that hotel was there and rooms available on a late Sunday night, especially after a long trip. Best Western is usually one of my first choices when it comes to choosing a hotel. I will continue to consider Best Western in the future.

I always dread hearing the clerk say “you are getting our last room.” Well, I'm happy to report that fear was not realized, instead a pleasant surprise. Here are the pros and cons. First, the location. It's a pro. Far enough away from the highway so you won't hear any semis jake braking. Now a con. The office and fitness center are located in the parking lot away from the lodge portion with all the rooms. This means when you go to breakfast or use the workout area you will have to walk outdoors and there will not be ample parking around the office complex when everybody drives because it's raining, just like our stay. Now a Pro. The lodge building is the typical 2-story motel layout where you can park your car in front of or underneath your room if you get there early enough. We lucked out at 8PM and parked two spots from our door. Now a Pro, this room was their last so I expected less than top maintenance. All I could pick on was some stucco dry wall patching and too low enough water pressure to drive the massaging water-pick style shower head. (I see this all the time. Hotels add the latest “Me too” gadget and invariably fail at the function end). Not a deal breaker. Just a disappointment. Got the water faucets to turn correctly. Yeah! Very nice clean, fresh smelling room. Double yeahs. Now the breakfast. Double yeahs. Hotel was packed and they didn't disappoint or run out of anything. Three kinds of milk! Whole, 2% and fat free. Same with coffee flavors, reg, decaf, and hazelnut. Eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and biscuits. Fresh fruit including whole bananas, five star all around. Only con is you press the automatic pancake maker once and you get two pancakes. Is that a Pro or a Con? Would give it 5 stars except the quirky layout of the remote office. Tip: the road goes to the back lodge on both sides of the office, although it doesn't look that way. Enjoy your say. I would visit again.

The Franklin Best Western is a good place to stay, You are only a short drive to downtown and the Opry, but at a better price. The hotel rooms are being remodeled and I did not hear any noise from it. The breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, country ham, pancakes, fruit and cereal. There is also and Shoney's or Waffle within 50 yards

I am a BW Elite member and I highly recommend this motel if your traveling through Franklin on I-65. We were greeted by Nick, the desk clerk. Very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Check in and check out very quick and efficient. The motel has been renovated and very nice inside and out. Nice size rooms. Very clean. New furniture and New mattresses made for a very restful sleep. The breakfast was great. The BEST I have ever had at a motel. I relayed that to Nick. We also stayed there on our way back. Many restaurants nearby. Many within walking distance. We will stay at this motel whenever we are traveling that way.

if you can't find a hotel in downtown Nashville this hotel is easy to get to from Nashville.......and much more affordable....we made a good choice....it is on the road to Franklin which is a nice place to visit....there are a lot of good restaurants in the area....we will definitely keep this hotel on our list for the next trip to Nashville

The inn is on a busy , but well businessed street , so lots of choices food stores etc. we stayed 3 nights it was a reasonable price for room . Good breakfast choices , a Waffle House next door , same parking lot if you want open late . Not to many parking spaces , so your car might not be by your room , it seemed pretty quiet as far as people traffic at night . Just the street traffic a bit loud .

The hotel is ok. The beds are very hard so be prepared. Overall a decent value. The breakfast is a bit above average. It looks like the hotel was recently refreshed. The age of the hotel still shows through in many places particularly the bathroom.

Had to cancel my reservations. Went to check in and the smell of what I assume to be cleaning supplies was breathtaking. I was going to go ahead and stay because I could only assume the rooms didn't smell as strong. I went to talk to the front desk clerk and was blindsided by attitude. That was enough to send me down the road.

Location is great. Room needed some badly needed dusting. Areas that are definitely being ignored by maids. Like around the lamps. Beds are comfortable. Front desk people are very nice and helpful. Just an average hotel.

Staff was courteous and friendly, great area to stay. We enjoyed the Franklin TN area with all it history and shopping. The area has lots of entertainment for all of the family and you will be welcome by all of the local establishment.

This hotel is a great fit for construction workers needing to stay close to their job site from out of town. Not so good for business travel and needing rest for the next days business. The room was OK, but the noise from construction crews being up late at night, outside talking about their day and the language was unbearable. I called the front desk and someone came and moved them inside after 10:00 pm. I ended up leaving a radio on to drown out the noise. The breakfast area was piled high with these same construction workers the next couple of mornings and there were no places to sit. VERY small pillows on the spacious bed, standard definition on the HUGE TV. Could have been better!

For the price I was charged I expected a much better room. Everything is old and the walls and woodwork have an inch of paint on them. The furnishings were old and shabby. The bathroom was quite dated as well.

Best Western update of hotel room is excellent. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Bed was cozy and looked modern. Guests outside of room were loud during the night and we were woken up but overall this is a great value

Lots to like, several things need improvement. Asked for a quiet room, and even though this property sits very far back from the main highway, a room facing it gets bombarded with lots of traffic noise, from gunning engines to loud motorcycles to 18 wheelers, etc. I asked to be moved to the back side of the property and my request was granted, so high marks for that (even though my original request was for a quiet room). Rooms themselves are average size, wifi worked well as did the heat/AC until. Minor cleanliness issues were found - hair on the bathroom floor and not the cleanest of carpets. Also, the breakfast room was extremely small for a property of this size and contained the usual carb-fest - also spotted were several flies. All in all, an average stay, but for the price of lodging in Franklin, you get what you pay for here.

Don't judge this book by its cover. I wasn't expecting much when we seen the building, but the room (while a bit on the small size) was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, pancakes and the list goes on. If you can't find anything to eat you have real food issues. If in the area I would stay here again.

I obtained a Best Western gift card from my credit card points. I had $100.00 on my card. This is the first time I have stayed in Best Western and it wasn't a bed experience. I will probably return to Choice Hotels. However the staff at Best Western really goes above and beyond. Good job!!

While visiting son and family, we decided to stay at the best western. We thought the room was on the small side, but was clean and had what we needed. The building is on the older side, but clean. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. The Hotel was only a mile and a half from family. We would stay here again.

Room and bed were comfortable and clean. No issues with the TV or fridge. Bathroom fixtures were a bit aged but nothing bad. Staff was friendly at check in and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is accessible to restaurants and a bank. Local and state tax adds $20 a night to the stay. If there was a drawback, water was slow to drain in the tub. Regardless, I'd stay here again and recommend to others.

MY bed was bloody. Called for it to be cleaned and changed. Response was sheets shoved at me by a man who did not speak English. He did not understand when I requested full bedding change. Showed him the soiled bedding and he turned with out speaking and left by the time he returned I had already called for new reservations elsewhere. He shoved bedding at me and scooped up the old bedding, not even trying to listen to what I was telling him. Neither was there an offer to make the bed or a refund. The incident should not have happened as the blood was in plain sight when you walked in the door and was a large amount that it went through three layers of bedding! This place does not match online pictures. It is run down and dirty.

We recently stayed due a family emergency for 5 days. They were very accomdating. The room was clean and comfortable. The rug was so worn that it separated from the strip moulding where the rug met the tile. When we left I mentioned it to the clerk. I suggested that someone needed to go hammer down the points on the carpet strip moulding because I had cut my heel twice. He just nodded politely and I didn't have much hope. The sink area is part of the room which means you might wake someone if you are an early riser. The hotel is in a very good location. Directly up the street of historic Franklin and near the highway into Nashville.

Title says it all cheap clean rooms good breakfest on site fenced in play ground and pool friendly staff close to I 65 didn't use the pool but looked nice rooms are clean bed was super comfy and had plenty of pillows

Nashville and local cities seem to have a hotel avaiability, room size and cost problem but even so the rooms in this older motel style hotel were very small and cramped compared to other cities we stayed in and the room rate was high. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely which almost make up for it. The breakfast was very good. Walking to any nearby restaurants apart from the Shoneys next door is downright dangerous as footpaths just stop. No wonder Americans drive. Be prepared to pay more and get less in Nashville and Franklin I think.

This hotel had well thought out rooms, very clean, great helpful staff, excellent hot breakfast that was well staffed and constantly refreshed. Hotel is located in a great area with lots of amenities.

There was a strong odour in the room coming from the air conditioner. The room was dated and the bathroom really needs an update. The price was good and the bed was comfortable but I will not rebook in the hotel.

Excellent staff, and clean rooms. The person taking care of the breakfast items was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in, check out process. Breakfast was good but I would have preferred more choices for high protein, low carb diet. WiFi worked well.

I give this hotel a very good rating. The room was excellent, the bed very good, the ice machine accessible. The pancakes at breakfast were not good, but everything else was. I would have liked waffles much better. l will recommend this hotel should any friends travel I this area.

We try to stay at best westerns, we have a small dog that must travel with us, now we see that you are changing policies---not happy with this, our dog is a service dog and was allowed to stay, but we will change hotel chains if this becomes a problem

We fell in love with Franklin and the location of this BW allowed access to many restaurants, supermarkets, highways, Nashville, etc. Fairly standard motel type accommodation. Ok breakfast buffet, ok Fitness room

We had high hopes for this hotel, as had had good experiences so far with our Best Western bookings. We were here for 4 nights for a wedding, but with 2 small children. The rooms were very small, though clean enough. No microwaves in the room meant a traipse out everytime the baby needed a bottle. Very noisy on the main road side. There was a party one night we were there with loud music. The playground (one of the reasons for choosing this hotel) was not well kept, and in some places i felt dangerous, much to my toddler's dismay when i wouldn't let him play. They had a group of guests that left the outside table area a complete pigsty, and it took them a couple of days to attend to it. Washing and drying were outrageously expensive. Only saving grace was the breakfast was one of the best on our trip.

we found this late at night and our nerves were on edge from traveling to go back home after hurricane irma..nice comfortable beds and good sleep...breakfast in am was good so we had a nice stay there

This has been one of the best hotels that we have stayed in . The rooms are nice and clean and the water is hot with lots of pressure. And they have reasonable prices compared to other hotels that we have looked into. They have a big outdoor pool with a playground.

This is a basic hotel, I was staying in town for a conference. The furniture inside was surprisingly nice, no smells in the room and it was nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom and hairdryer provided. It felt safe for a woman traveling along and I also got in a run in the neighborhood behind the hotel in the morning which was fine.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean, and in particular the bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although basic hot and cold, was good ande provided enough choices. Coffee was plentiful and well-made. The entrance/exit to the parking lot were easily accessible from the road, but the front is on a major highway, so I recommend the rear. The lighting in the rooms was sufficient, as were the number of electrical outlets for accessories. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the hotel staff both the desk staff and the cleaning staff We're very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this as an inexpensive stay that is well-situated in the area.

This was an excellent hotel-very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to weary travelers who have been on the road all day. It was a relaxing stay after traveling 8 hours in the car.

Very clean and well-kept. For what you pay for what you get in this area you're not going to be able to beat it. Just remember you're in a very congested traffic area like all of the Nashville area. It is not a long drive to the city or most areas that you'd want to go in Nashville just be prepared for traffic.

Bathroom floor extremely slippery, wife fell hard to the floor when getting out of shower. The small bathmat provided was on the floor but didn't help. I reported it to the front desk and was told they would let housekeeping know.

We fled from hurricane Irma and landed in Franklin,TN. It was a last minute reservation but well worth the stay. It was walking distance to a Starbucks (very important) but was also right smack in the middle of everything. There was also a good size playground on site that kept my little ones busy for a few hrs a day!

I enjoyed my room and the amenities of the hotel. Although I had a bad experience with a smell (cat/dog) that seemed to come from the air conditioner. And most importantly, there were men talking and laughing outside my room late at night. I travel alone for work and this made me feel unsafe. I wouldn't stay again because of this but I did like my room, it was nice and clean.

We were given the opportunity to stay at one of the last available rooms. We were told it would be a smoking room which cause me great concern. The staff allowed me to see the room before committing to the stay. We great greatly surprised and please with how fresh the room smelt and how nice and clean it was. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Thank you.

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming. I thought it was a bit pricey for an overnight stay but we were comfortable and the room was clean. The refrigerator had not been closed properly so it was not usable during our stay. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again.

I was a little skeptical because I've never been a fan of outward facing hotels, but this one definitely changed my mind!! The room was a little smaller than I expected, but I was barely in it except to sleep, so it wasn't that big of an issue. The staff was super friendly and even wished me a happy birthday since I was there for my birthday. The next time I come to Nashville, I'm definitely staying here and then just driving into Nashville!! It's definitely a very nice hotel!!

this is a clean place to sleep and eat we stay here every time we go to Nashville or Franklin. Franklin has unlimited sites to see and to eat. The motel breakfast is great plus lots of it, plus good and people to help you to fix your plate

Rooms with modern furniture. Goose neck halogen reading lights above head board on each side of bed nice feature. There were also lamps on each side of bed with plug ins to charge cell phone. Desk lamp also had 2 plug ins for PC and additional desk space by a pull out desk under the main desk. Mini refrig in working order. Breakfast consisted of scrambled / hard boiled eggs, biscuits with country gravy, sausages, apples, oranges, yogurt, dry / hot cereal and even Almond. milk. Breakfast attendant ensured that items were replenished when needed. Rating as noted only because in the remodel, carpets remained which is harder to keep clean. Sidewalk outside rooms / parking lot kept clean. Rooms in back, away from main hwy quiet and the Publix Market / Mexican Grill / Restaurant / Starbucks handy, Stayed 4 nights and overall pleased.
