Best Western Airport Inn

This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. After a very late landing at the Fort Meyer's airport, we arrived to find the family room that we booked was absolutely disgusting. We also paid for a cot because we are a family of 5. It is listed on our receipt. There is no front desk person, just a screen you talk to. He told us the cot would be brought shortly. It never came. So we went back out to the screen to be told the mattress was not in a condition they could give to guests, so we left. They are refusing to refund our money. There was no shower curtain on the shower, there were exposed wires on the floor. The “ couch “was held up by 2X4s. My husband has been on the phone for 1/2 hour being told he cannot have a managers name. We are easy going travelers and this was beyond frustrating. Save your time and money - never stay here.

After I booked it I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical. The room was very clean and I think BW is trying. We arrived late, 11:15pm. You checkin at a kiosk next to the front desk. A person pops up on the screen and prompts you to scan your license or passport. They charge a refundable$150. for any damages you may cause. However, it may take a couple of weeks before you see the charge reversed. There is NO SHUTTLE from airport to hotel! Our car rental company was closed when we arrived So we had no choice but to pay$26 to get to hotel. Weird that a Best Western AIRPORT Inn has no shuttle. The Sheets are tissue paper thin and super wrinkled along with the bed duster. It's a shame because the room looks nice but when I saw sheets I wanted to leave. Bed mattress is very soft and the a/c was knocking all night.

This had to be the strangest hotel experience ever. First of all, there was NO ONE on property when we arrived on a Friday night around 9:30pm. There was a sign on the top of the front desk directing you to check in at a kiosk. We waited behind a line of 15 other guests and everyone thought it was strange not to mention incredibly unsafe. When we asked the person on the kiosk screen if he was on property, he stated no but he was in the same city at a call center. In the morning we finally saw two staff members, one at the desk in jeans & a baseball cap & the other running the breakfast area. Saturday evening around 8pm, the same person we saw earlier that morning was on his phone sitting on the sofa & got up when we explained our key wasn't working. Even though he was there doing nothing, customers were still directed to check in at the kiosk. We left for dinner & came back & the same guy was sitting outside on the curb on his phone. The hotel wreaked of air freshener. Rooms looked like they had been poorly slapped together during a possible remodel. Beds were not comfortable. Shower had no pressure. For the same price, there are much better options with ACTUAL STAFF ON SITE in the evenings. Whoever thought of this ridiculous kiosk idea…customer service in the hotel industry is completely lost on them. Everyone in front of & behind us were confused by the whole process. It makes you feel uncomfortable. We will never stay at another Best Western again.

I felt this was a good value for Fort Myers in high season. Near interstate 75, restaurants, Red Sox stadium, and RSW airport. Lobby and common areas are very nice. Great free breakfast. Only complaint is the tub in our room had been refinished, what looked like recently, but was flaking already.

The shower head was pointing out of the shower. My husband was finally able to turn it, but it must have a leak because the water barely came out in more than a trickle. The "spa" was dirty. So was the floor and around the bathroom sink. The dehumidifier was loud and constantly running. It was a large room but had hardly any furniture. A small desk, an old stained couch, and a bed with bedside tables. It's a suite with a full kitchen but nothing to use in the kitchen and no table to eat at. We had 2 dogs who were petrified because the floor was slippery, and there was not a single rug in the room! The TV was mounted so poorly it was angled towards the ceiling. All around worst BW I've stayed at.

Folks.They are trying but BW should not approve this property to be in their system.Painters doing a poor job with paint drippings every where.Poor maintenance, outside not kept up( clean windows duh..,pressure clean front entrance) .Bathrooms remodel was poorly done).You have a nice shell just redo each room.... Not sure who is writing the good reviews!

The entire hotel smells like Marijuana! There is a kias to check in. Which didn't print the key for the lady in front of me. The lobby looks clean but the rooms not so much. Luckily we just needes a place to crash for a few hours before our flight.

Terrible, tired hotel. Holes in the shower curtain, sticky dresser. Haphazardly grouted shower. Entire hotel felt grimy. Breakfast was overcooked sausage and watery oatmeal. I'm a platinum member, and have mostly had good experiences with BW. So far this trip I have struck out twice.

Hotel stinks and bedding stained, bathrooms were never cleaned properly. Staff is so unprofessional. Check in lady was keep laughing so loud watching phone videos while we were standing infront of her but she doesn't care.

We paid for a suite, which is advertised as a king bed and a sofabed. So imagine our surprise when our 17 year old son pulls off the sofa cushions and finds that the bed part has been made unusable by the hotel management. They literally screwed a block of wood into the sofa frame so the metal part of the bed could not be pulled out! When I called the hotel desk clerk, he said ALL sofabeds in the hotel are the same...rendered inoperable by blocks of wood (no idea why this is the case...insurance perhaps?). The following morning, the hotel manager said the hotel does not advertise "sofabeds" with its suites but she is either lying or mistaken. I can provide screen-grabs from Priceline, the Best Western site, and other sites where it clearly says (and shows in photos) "sofabed" when someone looks at booking a suite. I'll also point out that the clerk never offered us to stay in a different room with 2 beds, or perhaps discount what we paid for the room. Instead, their attitude was basically "You didn't get the sofabed you paid for? Tough."

My son and I stayed at this Best Western Airport Inn, 8955 Daniels Parkway, Fort Myers FL 33912. We booked a suite that advertises a king size bed and a sofabed. But after arriving and getting ready for sleep, we discovered that hotel management had screwed blocks of wood into the sofa frame to prevent guests from opening the metal bed frame (see attached photos)!!!! The desk clerk told me that all sofabeds in the hotel have been rendered inoperable in this way. He offered no alternatives like a rollaway bed or moving into a room with two beds. As a result, my 17 year old son spent an uncomfortable, sleepless night before an important morning athletic event. The following morning, hotel management claimed that they do not advertise suite sofabeds. But that is a lie. See attached screengrabs from priceline.com, booking.com and expedia.com all mention "sofabed" as part of the amenities that one receives when booking a suite at the hotel. In short, we did not receive what we paid for. Photos, travel website screen-grabs, and BW customer complaint form pdf, all attached below. With spring training coming soon, do not book this hotel expecting to use their "sofabeds."

The front desk was awesome. They handled all our needs. The breakfast was better than most. Really nice breakfast. There's a pool that's good for a quick dip but the access is a bit awkward. There's a gym but it was unusable due to ongoing repairs. I was happy with my stay

Front desk staff very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms have every amenity you could need, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, huge screen T.V. etc. Rooms and lobby very clean and pleasant. Good location on a main road near airport. Prices are very reasonable too,

Especially great for using airport shuttle to travel. Good breakfast & great 50” tv. Area pleasant & great for walking to restaurants we enjoyed the comfort of our room. We will definitely stay here the next time we fly into ft myers airport

To start off the hotel staff never checked my ID upon checking in. The room was open when I got to the room where I can look into it. The room had a musty nasty odor. The ceiling had black spots all over it and even had same spots on the lamp shade leading me to believe it was mold. The toilet didn't flush. The tv remote was missing. When calling front desk 3 times no one answered and when going to lobby to ask the only response was they needed to talk to the manager. No other information as to when/how I'll get a remote. Also when asked about the door being open I was told "housekeeping sometimes does that" without any regard. I left 2 hours after checking in. The other staff member who I believe was the manager was there when leaving. I gave my keys and said I'm checking out extremely early, I understand it said it was a nonrefundable reservation but there is too many problems with the stay and I can't stay here any longer. The staff member was on their phone and only said thank you without any regard to find out more or try to even improve it. I worked in hotels before and as a customer I shouldn't have to cause a scene to have things resolved. Staff should be able to see something is wrong and fix it on their own accord. Hotel is refusing to issue refund or even take accountability because all they say it's nonrefundable and still not even trying to resolve any of the issues with the stay. The hotel is even saying I did not come to them with any issues which is not true since I did mention the door being open, the tv remote missing and saying that I am leaving due to many issues in the room to which the hotel is apparently claiming I left for “personal reasons.” This shows how horrible the staff and hotel is as a whole. Will 100% never recommend or stay here again.

there is a strong chemical odor throughout the hotel, I was supposed to stay 2 nights but could only tolerate one night due to this odor. Looks nicer on the outside, old looking in the inside. Do not stay there.

For being a Best Western customer for over 13 years this has been the worst experience at the motel that I have ever been at the exterior door by our rooms had the security locks removed so anyone could enter to the motel from the west side you had to unlock your door and take your whole body and shove the door open because it was hard to get open the people who checked us in, was on the phone with someone arguing very loudly while we were trying to check in

The furnishings were dirty, bed was terrible, a thin sheet over bare mattress, carpet felt wet, everything was damp and smelled like mildew with air freshener. We checked out early and they refused to refund the unused night. Went to a different hotel.

Breakfast time until 9am is unusual and it was really 9:00 customers arriving at 9:02 couldn't get anything except coffee… very strange and honestly for an “airport” hotel not really convenient this will make me choose another hotel except if my plane is early in the morning . Hotel is except that aspect average not more

Went into our room it was like any other room pretty much . Opened the cabinet that had the mini fridge in it and the latch was broke to keep the door closed on it . Then later that night went to take a shower and was standing in bath water the drain was clogged. So went and bought some hair clog stuff and put in the drain and cleared it up . The housekeepers don't speak much English there that I seen . Front desk was friendly.while I was there there was some people in the pool and had their dog in the pool area . It wasn't the worst but not the best either .

Went for a college tour only needed 1 night. When we arrived, the lobby smelled good and was decent. Clerk stated we need to put down a 150.00 deposit which I thought was a little too much but...I stated do not use card on file and to use card I gave the clerk. Which she did not listen.....Where do I start? As we left the desk and got into the elevator which at the start was rickety, then proceeded down hall and the carpet looked like filth, dirt, oil stain & walls beat up all down hallway and smelled. Once we open door to room...omg the smell, mold on window, cabinets to hold tv was busted, carpet dirty, tiny bugs crawling in sink, bathroom had private hairs all over the shower and on walls in bathroom. I had to leave the room due to a quick function and went down to the front to explain all this and they sent up green spray to help with smell????? On my return with my daughter, she could not take the smell anymore and when she moved her stuff off the bed there were tiny bugs on the pillows, so she proceeded to look under mattress and there were tinier bugs. We said that was IT!!!!!! WE ARE LEAVING. we pack all our stuff and went to front desk, and they would not give me a refund and stated I need to talk with Maria the next day. WEL WELL of course I called, and Maria cannot help me, and I would need to contact Mike, well he is out of the country try back at a later time. No luck with property. So called Best Western guest relations and after days of going back and forth with the property & guest relations. No one will give me a refund, no paperwork, no nothing. This fight is not over.

The staff was HORRIBLE. We stood there at midnight for 15 minutes with no help to check in. There was no note or sign when they would return. I called the main best western number, which was off no help, as well. There also was a HUGE and DISGUSTING smell of marijuana outside of our room the next morning. I am not sure if it was from a guest or the maid service, but it was horrendous! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager took 30 mins to come out to talk to me and was unapologetic about the entire situation. I was supposed to receive 20,000 points, which never happened. Very disappointed and would not recommend the hotel mainly due to the staff. The room was clean and comfortable though

Enjoyed my staff and breakfast was very good . Staff was very helpful . Definitely recommending to family and friends . Very quiet and convenient location to restaurants nearby .full breakfast with selection of meat and fruits

When traveling, there are certain expectations when staying with various brands. Unfortunately this was on a lower scale. This hotel looks like it tried to do a recent renovation but it was only on the surface. The room was so heavily chemically cleaned it. Literally left a tingling sensation in my mouth. Just breathing in there. The reservation was not able to be adjusted because the staff did not know how to use the computer system. The morning food was lousy, the shower curtain in the bathroom was falling off the wall. One of my co-workers woke up to a roach in his water glass. For a hotel listed as non-smoking, you could walk down the hall and just smell all the smoke. Smoke. From a security perspective one of the side doors had no lock, meaning physically there was paper towel jammed into the door latch to keep it open and there was no electronic lock to open the door. Door. That door also was directly underneath an AC vent which meant if you went out that door you had water drip on you. It just overall was so disappointed instead of the week long stay I was supposed to, I checked out after the first night.

Management purposely blocks access to the entrance so you can not drive up under the covered area and front desk person was rather rude. Poor management was apparent throughout, and customers clearly do not rank as a priority.

Our check in was very fast and friendly. Our room was clean, big comfortable bed and great shower. The sink and vanity had a strange layout right across from the bed, but it wasn't a big deal. Free wifi worked great and breakfast room was large with lots of tables and had a few hot food options, no complaints.

Originally reserved the room for 4 nights. Finished early so checked out early at 0930 (prior to check out time). Was informed we were being charged an "early departure fee" for $189. Staff was unwilling to show us their policy and was told that we were being unreasonable.

Friendly staff. near to all attractions. close to highway close to airport. nice and clean room. Enjoyed breakfast. good options for the breakfast. airport shuttle available. definately visit again. recommend to friend and family.

Decent enough hotel. Food was underwhelming. My main issue is with what they call a handicapped accessible room. A handicapped shower should have a way for a person who cannot stand to take a shower. This hotel provided nothing to assist such person. There was no handicapped seat, no hand-held shower head. Nothing. Please do not advertise a room as handicapped accessible unless you can really provide facilities for handicapped people.

There no sheets for the sofa bed and no pillows or blankets. The bathroom was dirty and there were not enough towels for 3 people. The breakfast was okay, but missing more choices. Location was ok to stay for a night.

This room was nasty, it smelled like a wet dog. The room was very damp, our tub was clogged, there was mold in the refrigerator. They do not have extra pillows for guest, and the staff apparently doesn't have access to the housekeeping room.

We stayed one night after being evacuated for Hurricane Ian. This hotel was very expensive, dated and grubby. Staff were busy due to the hurricane heading their way, but they were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was one slice of toast, nothing else available. Housekeeping hassled us to leave our room one hour before check out. We hated this hotel so much that we left 4 hours before the hurricane hit and headed south to a different hotel in Naples. The new hotel was so much better and so helpful, what a shame that this hotel wasn't!

The first room I stayed in 423 the tv service wouldn't work and they couldn't seem to fix the issue, I let it go and just tried to relax then I felt something on me and noticed it was a little ant so I looks around and noticed they were everywhere, immediately went down and got a room changed they put me in 315 and I checked the room before even bringing in my belongings, I noticed ants in there too and the bed liens were stained. Went back down stairs and got my room switched again this time they upgraded me from a DD to a king suite, overall that room was cleaner then the other two and I could finally relax for the night! AND THE TV WORKED

went to hotel 9/2 booked thru priceline, front desk could not connect the reservation thru Priceline due to technical issues, so had to cancel reservation with priceline, they refunded my money and had to book thru hotel. I warn you do not due that as your now have zero protection. When i check in my room was dirty smelly and hot. went to front desk told them i have to go to a baseball game but when i get back they need to change my room. Got back to hotel around 12 am front desk switch be to another room that had the same dirty smelly musty odor and the room was hot as hell. Wanted to check out but it was late my kid was tired so was forced to stay. In the morning told them about the room and let them know i was checking out and would not be staying the remaining 2 nights because the room are disgusting. They let me know that that would not be a problem and they would refund my money for the two nights and also for the night I stayed. I asked to speak with the manger and they said he was not in took my number and assured me he would call me later in the ay when he got in. Called never happen, so i called and manger was not available but they assured me again that my card would be credited. 5 days later no refund on card called hotel and manger said e new noting about a refund and would have to call me on Monday, yesterday. the manger said that he would not be refunding anything and was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Called the corporate office and the proceeded to due nothing and claimed there is nothing they can do. Ho can you leave a hotel because it is degusting not stay the remaining nights be promised a refund and the hotel can take your money. the manger tried to even say we got a refund from Priceline so we didn't pay anything, when I clearly have a purchase from his hotel for 3 nights which bestwestern charged me not Priceline. Is best western that hard up for money that they would take a consumers money that left their hotel because the rooms where NASTY dirty with a musty odor. The manger even responding that Priceline gave us a refund. Yes they did because we where not able to use Priceline genius we had to book thru your hotel. Is this how bestwestern does business? I will post often about my dissatisfaction. I tried to speak with the manger will not return calls or answer calls

Nice Clean HOTEL with Polite Staff. Definitely recommend for next stay. Breakfast was nice and fresh, Outdoor pool is good and clean. Near to all amenities. Near to airport. Free shuttle services to the airport.........................................................

Booking ahead on Best western website the room was set to cost $93 including all taxes. They should have to tell you there is a $150 deposit required that holds on your credit card for a week but they don't tell you that until you check in. As a Best Western Rewards Elite member I find that is a suprising way to treat your brand loyal customers.

If you don't mind the extra mile drive, drive it. The breakfast offerings are not good. Only one drink choice, uncooked oatmeal, two cold cereals......bed is comfortable, room was okay. Needs some attention to detail but I'm fussy.

Disappointed with staff, not very helpful. Price quote was different than the actual charge. I forgot a blanket and was told by staff that it wasn't in the room, but might have been thrown away……………..

The smell in the hallways all the way to the room was awful. Dirty wash clothes in the room, loose shower head, water did not completely come out of the shower, patches on the walls, scratched up furniture, just completely disgusting room. Will never stay at a BW again. The shampoos and soap left in the room looked like they were 10 years old.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to RSW. We had a 6 am flight the next morning and this hotel was 15-20 mins. away. Hotel is old and needs updating. Carpeting in the room - musty odor. Hotel is in isolated area.

Seasoned traveler. Well over 100 nights a year in a hotel. Friendly and exceptional staff for the most part. Very safe feeling area. Exceptionally clean and updated. No reservations about staying here again in the future.

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful as well and everything from this hotel was great. I recommend this location for all the family's that want a good hotel to stay

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. The room I was in smelled so strongly of must but there were no other rooms available so I just took it for what it was. However about two hours into being in the room my backpack and clothes were COVERED in bugs. When I went to tell the front desk they stated they knew about the issue and would make a note, but did not do anything else. They didn't have spray even though the previously knew about the issue. Would not recommend.

We checked in and it was a breeze having already made reservations. The two men who checked us in were friendly, and greeted us with a smile and a warm " How may I help you " Great price for the location, and easy access to the freeway. Room was clean, neat and tidy. We will definitely think of staying here again when in area.

The staff were a little untrained, but very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and tidy, well appointed though not luxurious, parking was easy and plentiful, breakfast was a bit limited (the only protein was biscuits & gravy) and the WiFi was fast, secure & reliable.

Our stay here was very comfortable, with caring staff members who exceeded our expectations. They made an airport run at 4:00 AM to get us to the airport in time for a very early morning flight. We will stay here again.

We stayed 1 night after arriving late to the airport. Our room was clean, staff was very friendly, and helpful. There is free breakfast 6-9am. Coffee, tea, & water are available all day. Hotel is in a quite area, close to drug stores, Starbucks, Dunkin, restaurants, etc. Rooms could use some small upgrades, there is a gym, but we did not use it. Overall, this hotel is good. Nothing fancy & worked for us.

Room not up to expectation. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Vending machines weren't working properly. The only good thing was the location of the property is close to a lot of good places

Friendly Staff, very clean nice stay I was alone and requested not to have a ground floor. The shuttle service was easy to locate and nice drivers.I love the pillows. most places give you 2 for a king bed and this had 4 which made for a way better sleep.

We were stranded at Fort Meyers FL due to flight cancellations. The staff made our stay enjoyable and were very helpful! Maria, Omar and Geo are the best! The shuttle service to the airport is very convenient.

Unfortunately the room was not what I expected it it was smaller more like a queen size when I paid for a king size The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected it The fixtures on the tub were broken it kept filling up with water because the plug for the drain was broken we had to use a bar soap to hold it up to take a shower The fixtures also were rusted and oh look like they were trying to fall apart The refrigerator could not hold cold air so good luck with having multiple stays there or days there and you have food the microwave we had to clean.

Our flight was cancelled, I jumped on my phone to find a place to sleep. On expedia I selected "book Tonight". This hotel came up and had room for 3 adults. Booked and went to hotel. Clerk says no way it is for a future night. I look on expedia and even though i selected "book Tonight".it had shown future dates. I asked if this could be moved to tonight. No without hesitation then saying but you can book another night for tonight full cost. I ask if we can have the same room type and 3 adults, Yes not a problem. We pay and go to our room, it is a single king bed. Call down and clerk says It is the only room style they have. No rollaway no options no nothing. Too bad, we have your money.

Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay for one night. The front desk clerk offered us bottles of water as we were exausted when we arrived. The room was clean. The hotel smelled clean. The pool was clean, the employees were professional and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were delicious and plentiful.

Comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff. I will stay there again and can easily recommend it to others. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Minor issue. Other than that, excellent stay. Thank you.

Our stay made for a convenient transition from airport to hotel to motorcycle rental. The location of the hotel allowed for a smoother and relaxing challenge from the airport to hotel and from hotel to Harley Dealership. All within 5 miles of each other and with your hotel van allowed for us a no stress transition from one place to the other.

No hot water for 3 of 4 days. No clean towels and wash clothes to room even after requested. $6.50 cokes in machine. Don't mind to steal from customers. This was a trip for a long weekend and it was longer when showering in cold water.

Waited 3 hrs for room to be ready. No manager was available. Room key and safe did not work. At 9:45pm TWO STRANGERS OPENED THE DOOR AND WALKED IN. Fortunately they apologized, all was well. Breakfast served til 9:00am, limited food remained at 8:45, went across the street to eat, Dunkin Donuts.

After our flight was canceled we had to scramble to find a place to stay another night. Over $300 per night. and they don't start their airport shuttle until after 6am. Not good when your new flight is at 6:07am. No front desk people from 4:00-4:30am. No receipt. It was down hill after check in,

Pros: Room seemed clean. Check in did not take long. Cons: Cold, small pool. No hot tub. Treadmill plus half the fitness center equipment was out of order. Airport shuttle earliest departure is 6 a.m. Had to hire Uber as we needed to leave at 5:30 a.m. First breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, I took the last orange. 2nd breakfast was biscuits and gravy, no fruit. Yogurt machine broken, choice of 1/2 inch of plain yogurt in a cup. Did have walnuts to put on top. Breakfast bag-to-go consisted of a small muffin and bottle of water - Gave to Uber driver as we were going to airport. Would recommend looking at other hotels.

The rooms smell so bad, rooms are not updated and very old looking, I had to go out and get disinfectant and candles to make the room tolerable, staff is unfriendly and can care less if you need anything. There are way better hotels for the money this place charges. I have no choice in this review but to give a 1 as they don't allow anything less.

I did not see good review of this property but thought still to go ahead with my booking. I was pleasantly surprised, the room is very clean and beds are very comfortable. I stayed in 128. They have taken care of every small details , front desk is friendly and they have good sumptuous breakfast even during this covid times, I think its new management as earlier reviews were not good . I would like to congratulate the entire team for striving hard and getting well deserved kudos from me and making my happy and safe.

Don't be tempted by the pictures of the lobby. The rooms smelled of mold, carpets were filthy and a strong perfumed chemi als permiated the hallways and room. I was sick from the odors within 5 minutes of entry. Had to change rooms. Put me in the updated wing....room had been renovated but incomplete. No one should be subjected to this. Choose a different property.

They stay was very nice. No complaints. They check in staff was very helpful and kind! He did everything he could to help me with my stay and helped me with my rewards account. The check out person was just as helpful and kind too. I will be coming back when i go back on vacation again soon.

First room we got was disgusting. Sheets had stains, floor was no vacuumed, strange smell. We found staples sticking out of the carpet. Asked to switch rooms and couldn't even get into the second as it was deadbolts from the inside or stuck shut. We left immediately and found a different hotel.

We checked in fine and went to our room at 9 pm and my wife mentioned that she thought the floor was damp. As we had a early flight I just ignored her and went to bed. At 11 pm she woke me to inform me the room was flooding and we grabbed our belongings and went and slept in our vehicle. The front desk person was not trained for emergencies of this type and was able to offer no help. Water was everywhere. This was a very bad experience.

When I pulled into the parking lot the first thing I noticed was that it was dimly lit and did not feel safe.. I arrived around 8pm to check in and found out the hotel was without water with no ETA of when it would be fixed. I understand this is out of their control, but the front desk staff was not willing to help locate a room at another Best Western. A discount for this inconvenience was also not offered. Because of it was late I decided to check in and hope the water would be repaired by morning. It took 30 minutes for the front desk to find my reservation in the system. They kept asking if I booked using an outside website. I used the BW app like I have 20+ times.... After finally finding the reservation I made my way to the room. Walking down the hallway at almost 9pm at night I could hear noise from many rooms, several doors cracked open and noticed how dirty everything was. When I got into the room I could still hear many loud voices next door and noticed mold in the shower. Out of safety and general cleanliness I decided to leave and find another hotel. Abby, the manager, was very nice and I was given a full refund. I'll be avoiding this location in the future.

We picked this hotel because we seen the reviews online were pretty good however our experience was far from that. The cleanliness, the smell of it being old and not updated was just bothersome. The pictures online were not portrayed what was at the hotel we picked. The bathroom was so smal, not very well kept or cleaned very well. We had only one channel could not change any of the channels on the TV the air condition was so loud when it came on, you would hear a loud bang it would wake you up in the middle of the night. But the icing on the cake was when my husband sat in the chair and he fell backwards almost hitting his head on the desk. As we flip the chair over we noticed several bolts were missing and the existing ones were halfway unscrewed this was it for me. We were supposed to stay there two days but we checked out the next day. There are other hotels in the area and we stayed at one of them. There was a Holiday inn Express and boy was it well worth the little extra money totally night and day. Best Western wants to charge you the same as the existing hotels or pretty close to the existing hotels around the area but it is far from what you get at the other hotels nearby. They really need to update and put the money back into the hotel to show that they truly care. It was just really frustrating will not be staying at this hotel ever again or any of its chain.

Get staff that know how to do their job. The lady at the front desk around 6pm on weekdays is incompetent. Did not know how to check me out and did not inform next shift about me checking out the night before even though I reminded her TWICE. I also got locked out of the bathroom and staff didn't seem to care, asking me to use any key to open the door.

Pet owners beware, pet fee kept going up!!!! Called ahead to find out the pet fee, $15/night for dogs under 25#, $30 for up to 50#. + a $25 refundable pet deposit. I had 2 dogs under 20#ea, confirming the charge would be $30. I arrive and was told $40 ($30 for the 1st dog and $10 for the 2nd), wouldn't budge even after explained things, then $5 was charged against my pet deposit because she forgot to charge tax on my pet fee!. Andrea the manager kept giving me an empty apology, I said if you were really sorry you would give the full deposit back, she refused, would only upgrade my membership ship, get your pet fees in writing. Well done Andrea. . . I'm sorry but not sorry,

Tables not wiped clean in breakfast area between guests. Desk made me sign a $100 refundable charge in case of damage to the room. Ant in the room. Toilet plugged. Door lever to room broken on outside of door.

I had a king room and it was very large. There was a separate sitting area with a love seat size couch, and a small kitchenette. Very nice! The bathroom was a little tight the way it was set up, there was an angle to the bath room which made it impossible to open the door and step in, rather you move to the right, shut the door, then you can get in the rest of the way. Hopefully they all aren't like that. There is a shuttle to take you and pick you up from the airport. To go, it leaves every hour on the hour, to be picked up, it's on demand. There is a breakfast, but my flight left too early to find out about that. You can ask for a to go bag. Overall it was a very good stay.

Pool had mold on the bottom of it. Room had an awful smell and we found a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Front desk was friendly. Shuttle to and from the airport was nice except the shuttle did not have AC which made for a hot ride.

It was a clean place to stay, they are a little high for the room. and the security deposit is to high also. Would I stay here again only if I couldn't get a Quality inn something with a little more value.

We left this hotel without staying overnight. Smelly room with carpeting you wouldn't want to touch your toes on. Non functioning elevator & ice machines. We would not have been able to sleep in that room. Requested a a refund without reply. Very disappointing experience.

We stayed for two nights, 100$ Per night. We had no hot water, a dirty bathroom, a broken safe, sticky floors and terrible customer service. Every employee was rude and laughed at customers. Will never stay at another Best Western again, I've had better service and accommodations at a Red Roof Inn.

This hotel was disgusting. Upon arrival, the desk staff was rude and our room wasn't ready. Once we got into our room, the bathroom was filthy! There was certain hairs left on the floor and in the shower, the shower rod was broken and the curtain didn't close! The soap dispensers were broken and hanging off the wall and half empty. Dings in the walls all over the room and it had a foul smell. Nobody in the lobby or elevators wore masks and the hallways were filthy! Potholes in the driveway and the pool wasn't cleaned or maintained. Don't waste your money!!!!

Should be completely renovated or demolished! Skip this hotel. It is dirty! The carpet in the halls was filthy! From the time you walk in the floors are dirty and nasty. Only one elevator working and the one that was working was dirty! In these times you would think this hotel would be clean. The room was in rough shape and needed a complete redo. Glad we only had to stay a short time to catch an early morning flight. Just overall a bad choice.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. This hotel is in need of a update. Room was clean, but carpet is old and dirty looking. Staff was not overly polite. No pop to purchase in the hotel, so had to walk to a nearby gas station in the dark.

False advertising showing and stating there was a hot tub. Was filled in w/rocks and had a palm tree growing there. Hot tub was the main reason staying there. VERY disappointing! Hallway carpet was old and many areas had pealing paint. Laundry service was via credit card only. How asinine to allow guest information to be gathered via an outside service company. NEVER dealt with that before & CC reader only worked sporadically at best. Satlite cable needs guides in the room. Ours did not. On positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff were unaware that their cinnamon rolls contained nuts leading to an allergic reaction for my daughter & a call to 911. Their response was poor even 24 hours later, not taking the time to implement simple protective measures.

Traveling with an 80 pound dog is not easy....many hotels don't accept large dogs & some pet fees are outrageous! This hotel was very accommodating. Very clean & great water pressure...would stay again

Don't stay here if you need airport shuttle! I was traveling with my daughters and 2 year old granddaughter. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to RSW. I called them to make sure we could be picked up after dropping off rental car the day before our stay, and early morning drop off at 6:30am and was told they could accommodate us! We had to wait awhile for the transport, but the driver was great and when I asked about getting back to the airport at 6:30am flight the next morning, he told me it would not be a problem. I also put the time we needed to get the 6:30am shuttle in my booking. I mentioned the 6:30am airport shuttle at check in as well. The phone rang at 9pm and the Front desk says...the Airport Shuttle only runs every hour on the hour!!! What??? No managed to speak to...evidently they only have a manager from 7am-3pm daily! When We got to the Lobby at 6:30am, Bridget who was behind the desk, and also the shuttle driver said she could not take us because she was busy...she was busy with a big plate of breakfast btw. She also said she couldn't take us because she couldn't risk not being back to check out at 7am! She could've taken us and been back as google maps said 9min to get to RSW! She was very rude and was not accommodating at all!! She finally spoke to Minerva who runs the breakfast service, and she took us @6:50am...she was lovely and helpful! Btw...we were told that no one else needed the shuttle...we wouldn't want to make anyone else late for shuttle. We stayed 3 nights valentines weekend 2021 I was bitten by a spider in my room during the night...1week later, a dr visit, prescription, I still have not recd any apology! Don't stay here! I never write reviews but this place deserves a bad review! I should have been apologized to at the desk when I reported it and after any one of the many emails and phone calls. Not to mention I have not received any room compensation! Total lack of customer service.

I picked this room just for the Jacuzzi tub. Guess what? It was broken. There was a breaker the maint. Man could hit every 10m. if I wanted him to sit & wait. For some reason discount was 1 night not2

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Exceptionally clean, with special COVID cleaning protocols, nice and comfortable room, quiet, cable tv, pool and hot breakfast in the morning (served by the attendant). Taylor at the Front Desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Shuttle service to and from the airport (not all were offering due to traveling during the holiday). I loved having Starbucks and several restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Hallways were incredibly dirty and it did not smell its best. For the price, there are better options in Southwest Florida. Rooms are outdated and dirty as well. I looked by the window sills and by the bed and there were crumbs and pieces of plastics. Complete disappointment.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We were basically only there to sleep and shower. Check-in was at 3pm but w had to wait until 3:15 for them to finish cleanin the room, after which there was a used wash rag hanging over the shower. If you need more than 1 pillow for sleeping be sure to take your own as they won't give you any extra and you have to take your used towels to the font desk for clean ones. We were able to set the thermostat where we wanted which was a bonus as most hotels sem to have a limit. Building is older and has that great grandma's house smell. Overall it ws not a bad experience.

Avoid at all costs. Black mold, dirty rooms. Toilets flooded regularly, baby ended up wheezing, clothes smelled damp after, poop stains in toilet, broken sink and shower, miserable terrible experience.

The room smelled like an old man's cologne had spelt. They were toenail clippings on the ground. There were stains on the chair and crumbs from the last person. Carpet was nasty. Old furnishings. Bedding was dirty

Easy to get a reservation of the type necessary for my local visit. Staff were very accommodating considering the restrictions necessary in a COVID 19 world. I would likely stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this Best Western with family during our wedding weekend. Management was very helpful and accommodating with everything for our wedding block. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Would recommend as it is a great location, near the airport and restaurants.

This is a very convenient hotel for the airport and Sanibel/ Captiva. We usually spend a night or two on our way to / from the islands. The staff are so nice, Kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, which is why we go back year after year. This year my flight was delayed and their shuttle still came to pick me up, even after hours. Highly recommend for families with young kids.

I always stay at this Best Western Airport Inn when I'm flying in or out of the Fort Myers area. Very well kept hotel with friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport whenever needed. Shout out to Alazne at the front desk who is always truly accommodating!

Stayed one night. Room was nice and clean. Hated the big stuffy pillows. TV worked intermittently but maintenance man was very nice about fixing. In fact, all the staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. A/C worked heating and cooling at intervals. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs, potatoes and sausage all weird. Cereal and bagels okay. Nice surroundings and restaurants nearby. Would not prefer to stay here again, especially for the price.

We stayed there one night due to the its proximity to the airport. We picked the suite with the sofa bed. The sofa was left broken, we had to call the front desk to repair and they barely did. The other beds were miserable and the mattresses were ran down. We were glad to see the morning come and escape.

The mattress's in our room were beyond wore out. When we walked in we noticed each mattress was sagging in the middle about a foot with no weight on them. This was our third night out on the road and this was our least favorite place to spend the night. On a positive note the staff was friendly.

My wife and I checked into this Best Western for one night preparing to pick up some friends at the airport. When we walked into our room we immediately noticed a smell of smoke & saw an ozone generator on the floor. Apparently the previous occupants had smoked in the room. My wife has asthma so staying in the room was not an option. We called the front desk and Bridgett told us to return to the front desk & she will give us another room. She did better.....she stated because of the inconvenience she was upgrading us to a king suite room, same price. This room was beautiful. She did not have to do this but did not hesitate to do so. She was extremely friendly & helpful. Employees like Bridgett are the ones that leave people wanting to come back to this Best Western.

We really enjoyed our stop over at this budget oriented hotel. It is located close to the airport. Shuttle service was offered for free and was expedient using a full sized travel van. The driver courteous. The check in process was painless and fast, despite this place being very busy, reservations are a must at the peak of the season (spring). The hotel is not new, but clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. Basic amenities are available in the room including a well working air-conditioning. A very basic breakfast is included, it's not great, scrambled eggs some sausages, coffee and some bagels with cereals are offered. Prices were the most reasonable for the area when we booked. Parking is available.

We stayed one night on our way to Key West and were disappointed in the condition of the room. The grout in the bathroom needs a good scrubbing! The caulk around the bathtub needs to be replaced. A simple wipe down of the room doesn't last long term. A little bit of maintenance goes a long way! The check in staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. The hotel was quiet and close to the airport.

Stayed here on a last minute stay-cation... it had excellent staff. Rooms were clean comfortable and we felt pampered. Close to several restaurants which made it easy to decide where as well as what we wanted to eat.

Exterior of building and location excellent. Lobby decor along with breakfast area, check-in clean and appealing to the eye. Very modern facility. Rooms equipped with everything to accomidate ones needs.

We never even stayed at the hotel but they charged us $146 even though we canceled and received an email saying we had FREE cancellation and would not be charged. We called for 4 days and we were told that a manager was not in.Then, ironically, an additional charge of $126 appeared on the 5th day. After my husband called again the $146 went away but the $126 stayed and the supervisor on duty told my husband they could charge whatever they wanted. I spoke with Customer Relations at corporate for Best Western and told each property can do their own thing and it doesn't stand behind the corporate name. DO NOT STAY AT BEST WESTERNS!!!!

We stayed here many years ago, thought we would try it again because of the location. It may have been renovated 5 years ago but Best Western needs to check on the core of the hotel. The staff is great that all should probably be working at a better hotel because they make it. In our first room the air conditioner was leaking on the floor almost to the TV, they upgraded us to a better room. In both rooms the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel didn't work. It was a topic of conversation at the breakfast tableLuckily I had some leftovers from the previous hotel. The ice maker on the 3rd floor didn't work either. These are all problems of the Best Western organization not the staff working here. The price was good. I'm sure very convenient for travelers that use the airport.

At check in I updated my phone number but it was not the updated number when I checked out. The tv remote batteries were dead. I got in the shower to find the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers didn't work. Had to dry off, redress and call the front desk and wait for someone to come fix it. The conditioner never worked. The toilet ran every 5 minutes and was never fixed although I spoke to someone at the front desk three times. The cleaning lady cleaned the room one day when we were there, started at the peed on rim then wiped the seat. I told her the conditioner dispenser didnt work and she handed me the bottle that goes in the dispenser. I asked her what I was supposed to do with it and she said "oh" then unlocked the dispenser and put it in. At checkout they were "very sorry" but not sorry enough to give me a credit on my bill.

Rooms are filthy, hotel needs to be renovated. The price is great but not worth it. The first room they placed us in had no hot water. Then they had no rooms to switch us to so they tried to put us in a room that wasn't ready for guests. No television would work in the room, sheets hadn't been changed. Hair in shower. Carpet was filthy and the halls and rooms had a bad odor of mildew. We were supposed to stay two nights for my son's baseball showcase and ended up checking out the next morning and staying at the Homewood Suites Hotel. Homewood was more expensive but worth every penny!

The staff at the Best Western Airport Inn is very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was the Best I have ever had! My fur baby and I felt right at Home :) I have stayed at other hotels that are close in proximity and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Best Western.

We were late arrivals due to a late evening flight. We were picked up by the airport shuttle within ten minutes of our phone call. Check in was very efficient and friendly. We had a good night's sleep having switched off the noisy aircon unit. Showers were fine, followed by a more than satisfactory breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Please read others reviews... spot on with challenges at this hotel. It's a nice property but falls down on essentials. 1. Beds are horrible. 1st night back is killing me. Go down to front desk and ask for room with better beds or get the mattress changed. Front desk clerk goes to office, comes back and says all the rooms are the same. 2. No hot water in sink. On the front desk, sign saying to pardon their improvements??? Why does the tub have hot water... see #3 3. Pathetic supply of hot water to tub. At least after 5 mins of running the water and following the directions above the water valve, do you get hot water. Their water bill must be crazy expensive. I left all faucets running and running trying to get hot water. 4. Key card. Pathetic. So far 4 times getting it redone. Only stayed here for convenient location to my conference... never again.

AAAAAAwesome staff!!!!! My place to stay each and evry time im in that Fort Myers Airport Area. Verry Clean rooms and absolutly the best service i have ever experianced felt like a vacation istaed of being in the area for work.

I am Handicapped and when I book a hotel, I book it for my needs. Best part was the breakfast. There was no jacuzzi as advertised instead there was a palm tree. The pool shut down at sundown not like most hotel 9/10 usually. The a/c in the room really didn't work right and when I went to take a shower the water was just Luke/ medium warm. Very disappointed with this place. False advertising is just wrong!

Noisy air conditioner, only one bath towel available for 2 people (had to ask for another), little (almost empty) shampoo dispenser, empty conditioner dispenser and little (barely enough) body wash. No 24 hour coffee as listed in amenities provided. Breakfast was great.

We encountered missing check in staff, rude front desk staff who didn't follow thru on requests, rude breakfast staff who stood over guests coming down for breakfast at the last minute, eager to take the food away from under them, incorrect plumbing in the bathroom, and generally run down conditions. The air conditioner was so loud it woke us up every time it started up in the middle of the night. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so the whole room got muggy when you took a shower.

Very pleased with the staff, amenities, room and total layout of this hotel. Very comfortable bedding and special perks were a welcome surprise after driving for hours. After a long drive finding this hotel was a true blessing! Total feeling of relaxation upon entering and greeted with a refreshing punch bowl filled with ice water and floating lemon slices. The room was first class and quality bedding was welcomed. Fresh clean smell throughout the hotel. Many pleasant surprises! We were late for the full breakfast and the server brought a large plate out from the kitchen for us. The staff was top notch.

We had to evacuate home due to an impending cat 5 Hurricane. Our stay here was so pleasant in that we were able to check in a bit early after a long drive. We really enjoyed the convenience of the Free breakfast on site. The front desk clerk made it so easy and was so friendly. We couldn't ask for more - as a matter of fact, we didn't even have to ask!

We stayed one night before flying out the next day. The staff are very friendly and let us check in 3 hours early. Room was clean with all facilities you expect from a modern hotel. There are many places to get something to eat within 5 to 10 minutes walk. If you just want a drink, turn right out of the hotel door and walk across to the next major building, 5 minutes walk, there you will fill find Fancys. A restaurant and bar with a nice atmosphere and often have live music.

First time staying at a Best Western for years! I like the new flagship colors. The staff were respectful and [polite. Definitely an improvement from before! Internet was sketchy but could be the location of my room. Stayed 7 nights for business.

It is hard to speak of a team member who didn't go out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. Every team member that I came in contact with went out of their way to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. Heather, the GM, truly has a remarkable staff that will do just about anything to make sure guests are taken care of. Well done, Kendrick, Sabrina, Ashley, Alazne, Kyle, Chyna, and Abbey. Rooms were extra clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice! Pool was clean and we'll kept. All common areas were attractive and comfortable. Coffee always available. Hotel near everything. Well worth the price. Would recommend to all and will continue to stay here every time I am down in the area for business or pleasure. Looking forward to my next visit!

Noise from room next door and hall for hours in night. Dirty commode seat. Dirt/mud in large area off elevator. Difficult to step over. Maid walked past and ignored. Water leaking from AC or roof, two places that we saw, in breakfast area. We stay there yearly, this was the worst we've seen.

Everything was perfect. We drove from Texas to Florida and over a week being in different cities we stayed in multiple hotel chains. This hotel was amazing, most of all the bed was comfortable and we were able to get a great night's sleep. We got lost finding your place, due to husbands not asking for directions haha The friendly staff gave us excellent instructions and guided us there. They helped us with finding restaurants, attractions and more. AMAZING job by all!

Arrived at midnite, tired from traveling. Kendrick welcomed us with enthusiasm and went the extra mile to help us open the sofa sleeper, bringing us extra linens even before we asked, and letting us know he was there to help with anything we needed. Spacious, comfortable room. Great breakfast. Always enjoyable to stay here!

Hotel and staff were terrific as usual. Having to call the desk from RSW 4 times and being put on hold 3 times with no response was unacceptable. I can not see us returning to Best Western. This hotel is very convenient, well maintained, great breakfast. I stay at this hotel annually for business. I look forward to my stay. The breakfast has a good selection and the quality is good. The decor is very nice.

The staff at this location are awesome, they make it feel like home. I had one issue and they worked with me to creatively solve the issue. Every one has a smile and cares about the customers. I Travel 90% of the time and yes there are fancier hotels but I never see staff as caring as this hotel.

I came to relax for the weekend. I have two young children and we enjoyed the pool because each time we were the only occupants. There is a spa which at some point a worker told me it wasnt for people under 17 even though the spa rules stated children under 12 have to be accompanied. I chose a room that had a full size refrigerator and room was very spacious had a jetted tub. Breakfast had a variery which was nice from bagels, pastries, cereal, eggs, bacon, waffle, juice and coffee. My only con was the bed. Ive stayed at many hotels and I can tell a great bed from not by my rest and how my back feels in the morning. I just asked for an extra pillow since they were king size ones and made my own pillow top other than that I would recommend. Location has a publix and plenty restaurants nearby.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Easy access to the interstate. Clean hotel with what you need. Good Breakfast, comfy bed and plenty of outlets. The staff was friendly, front desk and breakfast staff. I'll stay again if I need a room in this area!

I booked my room for a Few days at the best western inn, daniels pkway just recently. Upon my arrival for check in I noticed how clean, quiet, & close it was to other stores. So HUGE PLUS on that. When checking in they greeted me with Smiling faces,offered some refreshments. Very nice of Sabrina to always keep a smile on her face & always asked if I needed anything during my stay.Sabrina was very helpful on directions for me as well when I needed to find something good to eat on...lol.. very helpful. Over all the General Manager, Heather I believe her name, she is short, petite, and always on the go. Heather offered to help me with my bags to my room and I found that very sweet and genuine of her to offer. Times like this you really dnt have General Managers even offer to help a guest with bags. She was a nice professional person that runs a very nice strong Staff. From the Maintenance staff, to Housekeeping always smiling and making me laugh, & I can not forget the nice young man Kendrick always having the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening... Thank you all to the Best Western Inn Staff you all made my stay welcoming and a pleasant.

We have stayed at this location numerous times, and have never once been disappointed in anything! That's remarkable. We travel frequently, and have had other BW's that could take a lesson on the RIGHT way to operate a first-class hotel. We appreciate the FGCU rate, which allows us to visit our grandchildren more frequently while they are attending college there. Thank you, Best Western Airport Inn!

I stayed here to take care of family business. The room was spotless, great bed, desk in room, very comfortable.The location was great, near many business and close to airport. The pool was nice with a hot tub, also very clean. They have an office and you can use computer and printer. The breakfast was excellent . The staff went over and above . Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is very clean, they have such a great helpful staff. Housekeeping supervisor is always kind and has a smile. Great place to stay, feels like home. Breakfast is great and everyone goes above and beyond!

We arrived in Fort Myers Airport and this Best Western was very close to the airport The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I did read in early March that not all the ice machines worked. When we arrived at the end of March, this was still the case. We stayed here again April 12 and the ice machines were still not fixed. The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. One last thing the outside of the windows in the rooms need to be cleaned. You could hardly see through them for the grim !!

Location was close to airport and close to Key West Express Ferry. Only stayed 1 night (thank goodness). The mattress was worn out - could feel the springs through it. Did not seem very clean; check in process was difficult - front desk could not find the pre-paid reservation at first, and tried to charge me again. Fortunately I caught the error on the card machine and stopped the transaction. They were finally able to find the prepaid information. I would not stay here again.

It was fine. Conveniently located near the airport but not right next door so you don't hear planes all night. Rooms are small and bathroom could use updating. Looked clean. The place served its purpose as a hotel near the airport. It is located around a lot of fast food restaurants and in the heart of shopping.

I just recently stayed here for work for 12 days. It is a four floor hotel. 3 of the 4 floors had ice machines that didn't work. FOR 12 DAYS? There is a repair number to call right on the side of the machine. I was ready to call it myself. I checked out 3 days after daylight savings and the clock in the lobby still hadn't been changed to show the correct time. The dryers in the laundry room are in rough shape. the lint screens on both machines are ripped to shreds. And i ran a load in the dryer and the clothes did not dry at all. My hotel room door had a handle on it where you had to pull up to open the door, rather than push down on it.

Heather and her staff are wonderful and make me feel so welcome. It's because of that service that I keep coming back. Soheir in the breakfast area is friendly and helpful, and Kendrick at the front desk is polite, professional, and very respectful. Your hotel is like my second home when I come for business. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the Fort Myers area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were always clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the needs of the team. The hotel was within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores. I would stay here again.

Clean room and courteous staff, great breakfast.....close to the airport making it convenient to fly out.....average cost for the area, did not use the pool or the amenities so I have no opinion on these.

Convenient to airport with shuttle service. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Room was clean. Front desk was helpful with suggestions for places to eat. Overall good experience The only complaint would be the pillows weren't so comfortable.

My mother-in-law and I checked in on Monday, January 28th. We got a shuttle from the airport and the guy driving was not very personable...it was an awkward ride in. We got to the front desk to check-in and my mother-in-law was not thanked as being a member of Best Western Rewards. We got up to our room and the wall thermostat was not connected to our actual PTAC unit..it took a few minutes to figure it out... but why have a wall thermostat if it's not connected? We had it set at 72 for the longest time and it still felt cold. We went to bed around 10 that night because we had to be up early (around 3:15am) for our flight. At approximately 12:30am that night, the whole fire alarm system went off and we didn't know what was going on, we called down to the front desk and all it gave was a busy beeping tone. We threw shoes on and a light jacket and went downstairs to outside in our nightgowns. There was a group of people congregating and nobody had seen the Night Auditor lady for a while. Eventually 15 minutes into the insane wailing of the fire alarm, she came outside and said she was waiting for the ALARM COMPANY to come shut off the system...WHO KNOWS how long that would have taken! So, a fellow guest called the fire department and in a few short minutes they were there to shut off the system. By the time we all got back upstairs it was closer to 1/1:15am and we had to be up in a couple short hours. We had a wake up call scheduled for 3:15am but we never got it. Luckily I had opened my eyes at 3:30am because we had to be on the 4am shuttle to catch our 6am flight. We threw clothes on and went downstairs around 3:50 and there were a few other ladies waiting to go to the airport as well. The Night Auditor was very rude to the shuttle driver basically yelling at her in front of us that she had to go NOW. The whole ride to the airport was kind of tense. As a front desk employee at a competitor hotel in a different state, there are many issues that could easily be fixed...starting with helping the staff be more personable and helpful.

Tub drain did not drain, key cards didn't work all the time, tiny ants in the room, continental breakfast not restocked, noisy patrons. Need I say more. The noisy patrons were kids for a soccer tournament.

I needed a place to stay for 5 nights whilst visiting family in Fort Myers. This was ideal as it was a 15 minute drive from Summerlin, 20 minutes from the causeway to Sanibel, and 10 minutes to the I75. The hotel is clean, well organised, with nicely appointed rooms which are spacious with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The breakfast was quite good, the porridge was just right and there were other healthy options as well as the usual cooked items.

Took my wife here on business trip. Shower didn't work well, toilet would plug immediately with hardly anything in it, four floors of ice makers and only one works. Electrical conduits outside by the pool are broken and open to the elements (code)!! Had a hard time getting to sleep the first night cuz the bleach was too strong in the bed sheets. There was a sticker by the the tub faucet instructing you how to figure out which way to turn for hot-cold. Really???? They apparently don't have a clue how they got plumbed up and the rooms are probably all different. (That's a theory) Breakfast was good...lobby was laid out nice. Pool and hot tub looked good.

We've stayed here several times and we've seen the improvements over the last year--it would seem that the details are getting more attention now than they were previously; the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. We had two queen beds in a room with a refrigerator, microwave and in room coffee. Breakfast was generally better than other times we've stayed here; there was plenty of hot food and fresh fruit available most of the mornings we stayed. The sausages are better than they had been a few visits ago and the scrambled eggs taste better. The coffee tastes a bit better too. The pancake machine is gone, but the waffle maker is back. They have real butter too. Everyone on staff was really helpful and professional. Alasane, Sabrina, Justin on the desk were awesome. Soheir is a great asset to the breakfast room; she remembered me from our last visit in September. That was nice. Jeff on maintenance and shuttle service to the airport was great. Carmen in housekeeping is also great; she remembered me also and we were glad to see her again. For convenience to the airport this is a good property with regular shuttle service. Weather permitting, I love the pool and hot tub here better than any of the other hotels we've stayed at in this part of the city.

Stayed here 2 nights in early December 2018 attending a graduation. The room was very clean. Check in and out was a snap, and the breakfast was excellent. Would stay again. Staff was very helpful. TV in our room went out and staff replaced within 15 minutes.

Hotel is moderately priced. Clean rooms with adequate space for a family of three. Breakfast was above average for a hotel in this price point. Major advantage of this hotel, it is within walking distance of multiple restaurants, a drug store, and more.

Clean and quiet place to stay. Very minimal amenities. What I call "fake hangers" that don't have the hook tops. Don't bother coming down to breakfast. It's a few rotting bananas, one choice of bland, stale cereal, cold, off-tasting powdered eggs and a waffle maker. There really isn't much within walking distance. The staff could use some customer service training.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious, they had lots of little extras that made it even better (like whipped cream and strawberries for the waffles). The kids loved the outdoor pool. The option to eat breakfast outside was nice too.

I liked everything about the room and the hotel: The staff, the location of the hotel, the food, service. The staff lined up a shuttle to the airport for me. Slept like a baby. Refreshed when I woke up.

Clean hotel which is apparently under new management/ownership. Some kinks need to be worked out relative to TV reception and hot water delivery. Excellent restaurant, (Two Meatballs in the kitchen) within walking distance.Excellent shuttle service to the airport.

Stayed here a couple days on business. The location was convenient and the hotel shuttle was very well received. Room was large and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was complete and efficient. Good stay!

We arrived late on a Sunday night and it took 2 technicians to get us a new tv-ours wouldn't work. They were helpful. Came back 2nd day late afternoon to a room that was not cleaned. Front desk informed us the cleaning staff had left for the day. Bummer. No clean towels brought up-nothing. Next morning the breakfast room coffee was empty for the 35 minutes that we waited. Staff was rather apathetic-lack of concern. No forks, are with the spoons provided. Clean hotel but since there are many choices in the area, I would choose a different stay.

I would like to say page went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. She has an amazing personality and work ethics !! this has part has nothing to do with page but the room I'm in kinda suck odd smell.

Clean room, comfy bed, plenty of towels. Nice room. Loved the liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Only bad thing was the lotion was fixed to the wall and you pushed it to get it...well it was almost empty and the container opened up and you had to try to shut it and push it to get the lotion...bit of a struggle.

My first time at this hotel. Will be staying again on any return trip. The room was always clean and stocked. The personnel of this hotel would bend over backwards to make your stay the best. Always pleasant and smiling.

The Hotel was clean and the rooms were ready at check-in. We had a large baseball group and the staff were prepared for the group. We stayed here because the location and the price so our expectations were not super high. It is a fair deal for the price. It is a solid 3 star.

After spending 6 hours in the airport for a delayed flight, it was great to come to this hotel with smiling faces and flavored water in the lobby. The shuttle was not running at my time of arrival but that was understandable. The next morning the shuttle brought us back to the airport, the shuttle driver was amazing. Every employee we ran into was just great!

Stayed 9/29 & 9/30/18. Our room was ready at check-in and we received a free upgrade as Best Western Rewards members. Our King room was clean, had good A/C and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast had lots of selections, with menu items that change every day of the week. Various sites like the Edison & Ford Winter Estates we're easy to get to.

We stayed here before--about a year ago. There have been improvements in breakfast, especially the coffee! It's a Folgers machine, but is drinkable; the last time we were here the coffee was so acidic it curdled the cream. That's been fixed. There's a list for the breakfast menu for each day of the week on the table; nice addition. There's fresh spinach, grated cheese, salsa and tortillas available for anyone who wants to make breakfast burritos, in addition to the usual breads, pastries, cold and hot cereals -- some days they have oatmeal, some grits. There are also gluten free products available upon request. The daily selection of protein changes; they always have yogurt and hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, but the selection of hot food rotates; there are usually scrambled eggs or omelets and either bacon, sausage or canadian bacon, sometimes potatoes. It's a decent hot breakfast. They also have real butter and two kinds of milk available. There's an automated pancake machine -- you can watch your pancakes cook on a conveyor belt. There's no microwave, presumably to keep people from putting the hardboiled eggs in and blowing them up! --and no waffle machine either, so there is a lot less mess, no extra heat and no lines of people waiting around to eat. I think these have all been good changes. Breakfast is available until 10 which is also nice. We had an enjoyable and quiet stay; our room was clean and comfortable; the room is a bit small, but adequate for our needs and there were enough accessible plugs for recharging electronics. The pool (outdoor) was nice; the accent tiles could do with a bit of scrubbing, but the water was clean and pleasant. The Hot tub was nice and made relaxing a pleasure. Bring a watch; the clock at the pool is broken which makes it difficult to gauge how long you've been in the pool and the sun, but that was a minor issue; the pool deck gets REALLY hot in the sun, so wear flipflops or shoes. There are a few chairs and tables around the pool -- something for shade in the Florida heat would make the pool a lot more enjoyable though. Pool towels are available at the desk and also just inside the door to the bathrooms--you need a key to access that door. We had 2 queen beds -- clean and comfortable. A microwave, in-room coffee and a refrigerator. There are safes in the room. The ac is a bit noisy, but cools the room well. One the main floor there's a workout room, business center with computers, guest laundry and sitting area with a tv near the breakfast room. They also have a shuttle for the airport. This hotel allows pets, but I believe there's an extra fee. There's a nice place to walk your dog behind the hotel and a pet clean up station there. Within walking distance there's a nice Starbucks, a 7 -Eleven, Walgreens and Publix. There's plenty of fast food around and some other restaurants as well. The staff is professional, yet friendly. Soheir, our breakfast attendant, was cordial and made us feel welcome and appreciated; she does a fabulous job preparing the hot food and making sure everything is clean and well-presented. Barbara, head of housekeeping, remembered us from last year and she made sure that a minor issue was taken care of promptly. Both women are a great asset to this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Ft Myers.

After being relocated from one room to another due to an air conditioning issue the second room smelled like a gym locker. Musty & damp. The walls were stained and in need of a fresh coat of paint or deep cleaning at the minimum. Rates are fair, decent breakfast with a great location.

The room and facilities as well as breakfast are above the rate paid. Parking facility is clean and ample, location is excellent for a business trip. So, if you are going to be in the Ft. Myers area for a business purpose, consider this facility.

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very well spent. My coworker and I were performing in the rain and all of the costume pieces got soaked. Luckily, this hotel had guest laundry and were very accommodating. We got everything washed and dried! The staff was very helpful and fantastic, and I hope to stay here again!

Gave us the wrong room from the start, Invasion of privacy from the housekeeping manager ( sticking her head in the door while I was changing, the billed me twice for the same thing. I would not recommend staying here! The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

This place was the most cleanest and friendliest hotel ive ever staued at. Flight was cancelled last minute. Joe got me a great room with a great deal. The breakfast was so delicious and was cooked by Soheir. This hotel will even transport you to your choice of testaurants. When i got to tje airport to finally go home, I realized I had left my book with my boatding passes in it. I called the hotel and spoke with Casey and explained. 20 minutes later, Soheir had brought my book with boarding passes back to me. She was one of the lovliest people i have met. God bless her. Btw their fresh baked cookies are delicious. Never will I stay at the Hilton again.

Bad vaccums conditions and halls carpet always dirty for one week and pool towels too small and old. Laundry room always dirty and the washer wasn't working right, cleaning lady's were always working hard and very polite

Breakfast could have been better. Only ate here 3 days out of 7. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. A very quiet area. Close enough to everything we wanted to see. Would have liked to pool to have more shade.

Please fix things that are broken in a timely manner. Should have more than one employee working at a time. 1 person at night was the excuse given for having to call 2 times for noise on our floor. Vending machine, room phone and washer all not working.

Staff and all personal were very generous in making sure we were satisfied with any requests made. Always yes sir and yes mam when responding. Greeted with a smile each and every morning and good evening at night.

Quick overnight stop. Thank goodness. The hotel was a mess. The van for the airport smelled disgusting. The breakfast was very cheap food. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Also did not know the shuttle didn't run late at night. Not clear on web site.

Very satisfied frequent guest. The location is great, nearby shopping and quality restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle service is a plus. Friendly staff always greets with a smile and any issue is always given quick attention.

This place is a great value. The breakfast was very good. Nice pool/hot tub. I didn't care for the in room coffee maker, but there is always good coffee in the dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, the front desk staff and the breakfast manager were very kind, helpful, and professional. This hotel was very busy, full parking lot, cloudy pool, and bathroom floor was not very clean. The first night the AC wasnt working and we were sweating the whole night. Theu offered to move us to another floor if it did not get fixed. My daughter left her blanket there, we called, they stated they had it, she went to get it, and it was no where to be found. Needless, to say we should not have accidently left it but it would have been nice if it had not disappeared. I would not stay here again.

Are you traveling in the Fort Myers area? Stay at the bestwestern airport inn. It's a great place comparable to hyattplace for a fraction of the cost. The rooms are large and quiet , the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Oh yeah, they're also dog friendly. So if you're in the area, check this place out!

5 star hotel or more. My first stay on the Hotel Best Western Airport Inn at Fort Myers for two nights. Since our check in the first impression was extremely good. Our service dog was received with a treat and warm welcome. You feel how the WHOLE staff do the extra mile. Beautiful hotel, good price, clean, the best hot breakfast with a very nice server lady, SOHEIR,who was checking every single detail. Different menus on both days. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, pancakes, all kinds of breads, yogurt, jellies, cream cheese, juices, coffee, water....etc, etc. Pool facilities as well as gym, very nice. Internet center with two computers and two printers. Fridge and microwave on all bedrooms. Free Wifi. Top of the top bathroom. Sweet dreams on the best bed. Dog friendly. A nice laundry where I updated our clothes so when I get home everything is set. Multibilingual staff, all gave us excellent service. Friendly. People oriented. Thank you: Best Western Airport Inn at Fort Myers.

My only complaint is there are no shady spots by the pool to sit and read out of the afternoon sun. Service was great, breakfast area large and clean and well handled. Food was plentiful. King non smoking room with tub was fabulous. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Also great parking all around hotel and so clean and cared for inside and out. Quiet room on 4th floor since I was alone. Had a great stay.

Would definitely stay again for baseball tournaments because they were flexible with schedule during a bad weather weekend. The breakfast was really good and fresh. Wi-Fi was weak and not easy to get on.

I have reviewed this Hotel several times now, however, if you have not stayed at the Fort Myers Best Western Airport Inn, you are missing out on an exceptional Hotel. After a long day of business meetings, sightseeing or catching up with old friends, travelers appreciate arriving at a comfortable and clean hotel room to rest their heads. And, generally, all anyone really wants is a clean and quite place to shower, shave and sleep. Everything else is gravy. Yet, I would argue that hotel staff and managers have the hardest customer service jobs out there. Travelers have all sorts of peculiar needs and expectations. And, in my experience, the Fort Myers Best Western Airport Inn does an amazing job of providing them. Some of the most impressive things hotels do go unnoticed. From the careful setting of toiletries to the thoughtful placement of furniture, the Fort Myers Best Western Airport Inn has payed close attention to dozens of minor details that collectively enhance the quality of your stay. The Buffet Breakfast remains outstanding with hot fresh coffee and other beverages, hot food that is well prepared by Ms Soheir. Did I mention that the coffee is excellent and the staff (Holly, Abbey, Heather, Damaris, Ashley, Paige, Alazne, Jeff, and Sabrina) are above their peer groups with high quality service and many smiles. They are very accommodating and engaging, and they always take the time for a quick chat.

Nice stay with my family. The only problem we encountered was a non working fridge which was removed from the room and replaced with a new one. Warm pool. A never ending supply of lotion, shampoo and conditioner.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a huge scare with my reserved shuttle. My family and I came down to catch the shuttle and they had called a taxi (I made sure they knew there was 5 of us the night before for our shuttle) Their regular shuttle driver had called in sick. As scary as it was the staff was extremely helpful! Alazne was on the phone right away told me not to worry don't panic we will get you taken care of everything will be ok. That's exactly what she did they had us on our way in no time. I just want to say thank you to Alazne and the staff for being so quick on their feet and helpful when something went almost wrong.

10 minutes from airport, supermarket 2 mins away, beaches 20 mins away and the pool is a plus! There is free breakfast in the morning which was awesome if you are travelling with kids! Would highly recommend it. Just rent a car and you will be set!

Our experience at the Best Western on  April 11, 2018 was completely disappointing with unacceptable service from the moment we landed in Fort Meyers. I was traveling with my husband and three year old daughter. I called on our layover in Atlanta to confirm a shuttle would be available at approximately 10:15 PM when we were scheduled to land in Fort Myers. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and informed me to call when we land and we would be picked up near the baggage claim #5 entrance. I called when we landed and I believe spoke to the same woman. Without hesitation she said a shuttle would be on the way. After over thirty minutes of waiting, I called again. A gentleman answered and asked a woman in the background if a shuttle was headed to the airport. Unfortunately, there was not and the gentleman explained he didn't know what happened, he just got to work... Then, he said the driver was fixing something and would be on the way. Finally, he arrived cheerfully and friendly. Upon a slow, seemingly clumsy check-in with a young male attendant we were given our room keys and headed to our room. We attempted to open the door to a dark room that had the flipper lock turned over to prevent entry. The room was occupied! I believe it was nearly midnight at this point. We proceeded back to the front desk and explained the situation. The male attendant apologized, but then asked us twice if we were sure it was locked! He checked the computer system and reassigned us to a new room and keys. We hauled everything back up and arrived at the second room. The door opened to a dark room and I immediately noticed the blankets were turned back! A startled man in the room mumbled something and we immediately exited and rushed back to the lobby. Now past midnight we contemplated leaving for a completely different hotel. Our daughter was tired with little patience and we did not have our own transportation. We decided to explain one more time to the same attendant that another room was clearly occupied and insisted he assign us to a new room that he inspect before we enter. He apologized again and explained they just checked in approximately 100 guests from a tour bus thirty minutes prior to our arrival. As you can imagine, we had no interest in hearing excuses for these uncomfortable encounters. Well past midnight we settled into our room on the first floor after we were assured it was indeed vacant. The room was inconveniently located next to the open paint cart in the middle of the hallway full of wet paint, next to the exercise room, rear entrance and also on the route of the early morning, rattling garbage cart route. I visited the desk again in the morning to speak to a woman who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. She casually apologized and blamed it on their computer software. At no point were we provided a discount, voucher or unsolicited apology. I am incredibly grateful we did not encounter an angry guest during our escapades as I can only imagine how scared our daughter would have been in that situation. I will never recommend this hotel will not be offering Best Western our future business.

I don't like to write poor reviews but this hotel is in need of repairs and is not very clean. I would not recommend it. The hallways were dirty and run down. Our bath was also run down and not really clean. The breakfast was ok.

The room needs to be res fresher, especially the bathroom, and the check in was terrible. The front desk was left unmanned thus we had to wait for quite an extended amount of time. If this is indication of what is acceptable standards of Best Western, then it is far below the hospitality industry's.

The bed was comfortable and the linens are good. Room arrangement and size are nice. Housekeeping is poor. Upon check in it was obvious the carpet had not been vacuumed. The next morning I pointed this out to the desk clerk and asked that the room be vacuumed during the day. When I got in that evening I found it was still not done. Rooms need some maintenance upgrade. bathroom tile falling off the wall; bath tub rust stains; mildew around the tub. The hotel relies on soap and shampoo dispensers instead of individual packets. Personally I don't like that, because the dispensers themselves are rarely cleaned by housekeeping - so are germ incubators. But in the shower/tub the dispensers are on the end wall - making use of the tub for a bath impossible. Dispensers belong on the side wall of a shower/tub unit. Water flow at the sink is ridiculous - very little flow. Their kitchen sink has a better flow. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but better than many properties. It was well presented and the breakfast area is bright and cheerful. Eggs are pre-made, powder egg omelets - tasteless and not kept hot enough. Desk staff, morning and evening were pleasant. Exterior grounds well kept.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed staying at Best Western I am glad for the improvements, I always stay at Holiday Inn, but no more Best Western it is. Thank you for training your staff to great excellent customer service and always smile and do their work with joy.

Front Desk very polite at check in an throughout the stay. Soheir, the Lady who does daily set up breakfast very polite and kind, She also doubles as van driver. Very nice hard working employee that goes above and beyond to help guests. Very clean comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable 2 day stay.

Every single staff member was polite, courteous, and professional. However, the hair dryer was broken and almost overheated, the in-room safe was locked and I needed staff to come and unlock it so I could use it, the shower was very low pressure and the shampoo was not useable. It seemed the pre check-in inspection was not done very well. Also the breakfast was cold and of poor quality which was an annoyance. I requested a late check-out due to an evening flight and was only given an extra 90 minutes. So I sat in the lobby for 4 hours and saw no one check-in and head down the hallway where I had been staying. That said, I would still stay there again as the staff was truly EXCEPTIONAL, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

A centrally located Fort Myers, Florida hotel situated right off of Interstate 75 and close to Southwest Florida International Airport, The Best Western Airport Inn is the ideal place to stay for whether for a business trip or a relaxing Florida beach getaway. Very friendly and professional hotel. My only choice when in town for work. Always a warm smile at the front desk and a familiar face in the lobby. I have always chosen to stay at the Best Western Airport Inn Fort Myers because of its charm and character. I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay at the Best Western Airport Inn Fort Myers. In particular, Heather, Paige, Ashley, Sabrina, and Alazyne were very helpful and deserve a great deal of praise for their excellent customer service. I was also impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making me feel so important. We stay at best westerns alot but we will not be staying at this one again! I feel like I am calling to complain all the time and I am not a complainer. When we checked in our room smelled terribly of cat urine. Maintenance guy said they had a leak in the ceiling and went all over the carpet so the smell was wet carpet..yuk! Asked to change but tgey didn't have any rooms. They fixed it the next day. Then they have soap dispensers in the shower...shampoo is conditioner! No shampoo! So greasy hair. Had to use body gel. Called and write notes but didn't change. Left for day expecting to have clean room when back. No! I had to call or ask at the front desk to get our room cleaned and then if they did clean it, they didn't clean all of it. Just made the bed and put new towels in. Had to walk around the building because the door to outside which was next to our room wouldn't open with the key. Our room took several tries to open with key! Too stressful!!

Stayed for a night before carrying on to Captiva. While the hotel itself was about what you'd expect, the staff was above and beyond. Michael, from guest services, picked us up from the airport and went out of his way to take care of our family.

We were very pleased walking down the hall to the room. It was very clean. The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable and especially very clean which is the most important to us. We would definitely stay at the Best Western again.

We called on Friday, December 29, 2017 from the car that morning when we knew that we would make our destination of Fort Myers that evening. They had a room available for us for 3 nights. Very accommodating as we would not be arriving till later that evening.

The staff you pleasant, courteous,and efficient. The breakfast was completely satisfying. The only minor annoyance was the shower water regulator, but a small sign in the shower gave the proper directions for use.

Once we discovered this place, we make it our choice. There is a great Japanese & Korean bbq place right next door, and the hotel is clean and right off the highway. Doesn't hurt that there is a Dunkin Donuts right in front of the hotel either.

From the time we checked in to the time we left at he hotel was always very clean. The room was plenty big enough for an over night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets very clean. The morning breakfast that was free was great. From fresh fruit and pastries they also had scrambled eggs, cereal make your own waffles and much more. Fresh coffee and tea also juice were available. We had a rental car so as far as a shuttle service I know nothing about. They also had a swimming pool bit we didn't use it but it was a nice size and clean looking. Now for the staff. excellent excellent excellent!!??

Upon arrival our room was not ready and check-in was slow;the desk person was new and we stood waiting for a bit. The shuttle driver, Dan, did a superb job at making us feel welcome as we waited; he brought us cold waters, supplied us with additional towels for our party of 4, and helped to make sure that the room got ready in record time. He even helped us get our baggage up to the room. It was very kind of him. Dan is a real asset to this property! The GM was also very helpful and accommodating whenever we encountered problems or inconveniences. The room was well-appointed, but quarters were a bit cramped for four people; I was rather surprised at how small the room was. We'd stayed at a Best Western (Tacoma-Dome) earlier this year and our room there was quite spacious. I know every hotel is different, but the size contrast was noteworthy. We had plenty of new fluffy towels during our stay. That may sound like a little thing to most people, but I hate chasing after towels and toilet paper during a stay and it was a nice to be amply supplied. It makes for a much more restful and enjoyable stay. At least for me. The breakfast room and lounge area are quite nice; there's a separate alcove for the TV with some comfortable seating. Breakfast was impressive, at least the first morning. The first day there was delicious sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs in addition to cereals, pastries and oatmeal. There are a couple of kinds of milk, juices and a coffee machine. The second day, breakfast was not so great, to be honest. There were premade omelets that were tasty and the sausages were hot, but not browned like they had been the day before; they just didn't taste very good. I couldn't finish them--I hate to waste food, but they were icky. The coffee was also a real weak point; it was highly acidic, so much so that it made my stomach hurt when I tried it again the second day. There is a very nice Starbucks within walking distance (in front) of this hotel, btw. The pet fee is reasonable --$10 a night. There are guest laundry facilities. There's an outdoor pool and spa; both are LOVELY and were the highlight of our stay. Our deposit was returned in a reasonable time after our stay was over. The status match for the rewards program from our other favorite chain was impressive and very easy, so we are grateful to have comparable status at Best Western and are looking for more stays with them in the near future.

It was great! I had no complaints. The staff worked with me for company payment. They were very personable. I love continental breakfasts. The GM m, Holly, is exceptional. Her staff is amazing. All BWs could learn from this location.

The room, other than the size of the bathroom, was much better than anticipated. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel free breakfasts we have had. Finally, the check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.

I came in with a pet and they gave us a first floor room with hard wood floors which set my mind at ease in case of any accidents. They do charge an extra $10 but that's pretty average with hotels, most others charge $15. Next year I will be coming back if I find myself in the area again

The hotel is clean with a good breakfast. The pool area is clean and the hot tub was small but worked well. The hotel is near I-75 making it easy to get to and it is close to the airport. There are several quality restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

The staff knows customer service - Comes form the management and trickles down but the entire staff deserves kudos - always above and beyond expectations - highly recommend. Travel frequently and for the price you cannot beat.

someone working there should look up at the ceiling at the front desk, not a great first impression... Hallway carpet is filthy.. It was odd that you to step over the toilet to close the bathroom door, could just be the room we had that was converted to something else.

This BW has a good location for the price if you have activities in Ft Myers. Rooms are average quality and clean. We would likely stay here again if we were in the area. Breakfast was average with coffee/tea machine available all the time.

Best Western couldn't have treated us better. Even kept the car for 7 days free while we traveled.We have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay again. Everything from the rooms to the shuttle service is always top-notch.

Hotel accomodated us just as Hurricane Irma had passed. There were employees working who had homes that were damaged and without power but they took care of their guests in a professional and courteous manner.

If you dont care about housekeeping or guest services after business hours the hotel is ok. does have good location. Not used to watching staff bicker and argue in front of guests ! Very un professional!

We flew into SW Regional Airport and stayed at Best Western which is a short distance away. It is in close proximity to stores and restaurants.The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and updated.

Stayed here during my son's baseball tournament. This hotel is just right for all types of purposes (family/couple getaway or business travel, young and old people). Very good location, close to Interstate 75, RSW Airport, the hospital, universities, malls and restaurants. Price is good for the quality of room and amenities. Alasne (desk clerk), Julio (maintenance) and the housekeeping manager deserve recognition - all were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. Management must be doing something right when there seems to be a great work environment. I do have to mention that although pleasant as well, the older lady working the night shift can make you misjudge or prejudice the property... Pretty much all times we encountered her she would be found out front smoking and coughing her lungs out. She also mumbled and seemed to loose balance quite some times. Again, don't judge a book by its cover but it does look bad for the hotel! Besides that everything was very good, and will definitely come back when we come to the area. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was basic although a safe was provided in the room. Breakfast was more continental style as only hot food was scrambled eggs. We would stay again if there were a shortage of hotel rooms in the area but it would not be our first choice.

I enjoy my stay at the best western inn it was great i felt right at home the family loves staying at this location theirs lots to do close and great shopping center as well many different location in the area to grab a bit to eat and if your running late their always breakfast ready to go in the lobby which i love because I am always running late. The staff is great always going the extra mile for their guest it make me feel so welcome ,even the guest that are staying at the hotel are nice and friendly. We had a blast the kids loved the pool and the breakfast in the morning was great. Housekeeping staff was on their A game with how clean the room was it was perfect wouldn't stay no other place but here. every time i visit i stay at the best western inn and it just like being home THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY STAY GREAT !!!!!!!

There were no vacancies due to over crowding from the storm relief. The young lady on the front desk (Kizzy) personally cleaned a room for me in order for me to have a place to stay for the night. Thank you...

The room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pet friendly room was wonderful. There were many choices for breakfast. My grandson loved making and eating a warm waffle. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Had a quick overnight stay as we had an early morning flight. Room was clean and neat, staff was phenomenal! We didn't eat dinner and needed to find a place late at night. Kizzi was working at the front desk and offered to order pizza for us while we got ourselves situated. Could not have planned it better! Breakfast the next morning was not available but Kizzi left a note to make sure to have coffee for us! Priceless!

Unfortunately, there was a mix up in the price at the hotel. I am not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or the ParkSleepFly company. I had paid for part of the hotel, on line, and got a receipt that showed that I only owed $98.98 at the end of my trip., When checking out, the staff asked if they could send me the receipt as they had not run something on the computer that would not allow me to check out. So when I got the receipt they had charged me $129.00 not giving me credit for what I paid on line. When I returned at the end of the trip, it did get straightened out but it took quite a while. So make sure you take your ParkSleepFly documentation to present at the desk when checking out and insist she check you out while you wait.

The room is centrally located with good access around town. I felt safe and secure Only complaint was the soap dispensers in the showers, no individual bar soap. The breakfasts were great and good variety.

They were totally unprepared for the Hurricane. The power went out and there is no emergency lighting for the hallways, stairwells or lobby. They ran out of any kind of breakfast the second day. They had piled everyone's garbage inside of the first floor which started to smell quickly. The receptionist in the lobby tried her best to help everyone but I feel that management could use some training in emergency situations in the future.

Everyone in the area was preparing for hurricane Irma. I took the shuttle to the airport for a planned trip. Everyone (front desk person, shuttle driver, breakfast host) were all preparing the building and guests for the coming hurricane. At the same time they were very courteous, helpful and patient with each guest. Room was nice, breakfast was very good.

This is a truckers Motel and shady people that I've seen staying here. The staff are very friendly however the times that I have stayed there very nosey. Kids running in the halls and yelling at the pool. Once there was a snake in the breakfast area. The only reason I had to stay was because of the company I work for.

We stayed before flying away on a long trip. Best Western near the airport allowed us to park free for 7 days and for a small fee for the remaining days, and shuttled us to and from the airport, even at a very early hour. Since our early flight meant missing their complimentary breakfast, they provided a to go bag of juices and other treats.

Excellent all clean hotel, great breakfast area, large and roomy. Staff very polite rooms quite at night. I am disabled and rooms were great with nearby parking was good for me.like that small fridge and microwave.

This is where we rode out the hurricane.the staff was awesome at handling all the guests, pets and uncertainty. They never stopped working to make us comfortable, cleaning and keeping us informed as to what services would be offered or not available due to the storm. Thanks.

Our stay (09/07-12) was prompted by hurricane Irma, and we needed a hotel that was pet friendly because we were traveling with our 3 dogs. The hotel staff welcomed us, and our fur babies, checked us into our rooms early, and invited us to help ourselves to the breakfast buffet. And we did. Knowing that many guests would be storm evacuees, the hotel modified its pet policy to allow pets well over the usual 25 lb limit, and waived its customary 'pet fee'. The hotel maintains a 'pet station' which provides bags for pet refuse, and a waste container for filled bags. Considering the number of pets on-site the hotel staff did an admirable job of keeping the station stocked with bags, and emptied of refuse. The hot, breakfast buffet was well-above the usual hotel fare, and replenished as needed by hotel staff. The room and common area cleaning crew was exceptional, and worked hard to make sure guests felt like guests, not evacuees. And we did. The real stars of our stay were members of the hotel's management team who stayed at the hotel during the storm to ensure ensure essential functions were carried out, and guests were safe. We could not have chosen a better hotel, or served by a better staff, and it all took place under extreme circumstances. If you're looking for a well-located (restaurants, shops, supermarket, gasoline), well-appointed, comfortable hotel, with a staff that will make you feel appreciated, and at home, look no further than the Best Western Airport Inn.

The staff were great and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. A water bottle at check in and breakfast to-go at checkout were the small things that count. My only gripe is the loud A/C units in the rooms. Anyone who has slept in a house with a window unit knows how loud and obnoxious they can be. However, they did drown out the noise from outside vehicles and people in the hallways talking.

I don't really like to travel alone, but had to d/t my mother being in hospital. I felt safe/comfortable here. Staff was great and very accomodating! King room was clean/roomy with safe, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion/body wash dispensers at sink and in shower. Clean/nice fridge/microwave. Would recommend to everyone!

It was a good visit..All were friendly and couteous. The hotel was clean. And kept plenty of towels and such as were needed.We liked the pool area. And not too far from the beach. Thats the only thing that would have been better. Just closer to the beach, as I wanted to be beachfront..

Be careful with Booking.com! Best Western did not have record of the reservation I made for my son through them the night before his early flight to Denver. Keep your confirmation on your phone as proof you reserved the room. In this case Best Western honored the reservation and the price due to the confirmation I had retained. Thankfully, they had rooms available! Also, they offered him a take-along breakfast since his flight was so early in the morning.

Very nice place to stay excellent staff very professional.Rooms are very comfortable. The hot tub and pool are excellent very well maintained. The breakfast area very above average with excellent service. The food at breakfast is well above average. This is a very affordable and nice place to stay.

We were visiting relatives in Port Charlotte and had to catch an early morning plane. At the last minute we decided to have them take us to Fort Meyers to an hotel that had a shuttle to the air port. We had an excellent room and the service was good. The breakfast was open early enough that we had time to grab a bite and the person that checked us in and out was very helpful. Also the ride to the airport couldn't have been any better.

This was a outstanding place , could be a Plus location as for as I concerned.Helpful check in answered any and all questions we had. Was very clean nicely done rooms and the breakfast was the best I have seen in a long time. Beats Houston Woodlands hands down! Would tell friends and family to stay there.

Not your typical "Airport" lodging. A clean, comfortable, up to date, well maintained facility. Excellent Breakfast. Conveniently located a short distance from the Southwest Florida Airport. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay in that hotel many nights because my job relationship and special rates. However, beside shower and rest I would not recommend this place. When I stay away from home I look for good healthy breakfast and gym. Both weren't to my satisfaction

First off Robin the lady at the desk was so nice friendly helpful. The room is clean and fresh Love the soap they use for showers. Just perfect for our night before take off. They have a morning breakfast. They gave us a goodie bag when we came in to. And because we leave before breakfast they have a grab and go bag.

so many of the staff on hand did not speak English well, not knowing that I am bilingual, still met me with a smile (which is universal in any language). I raved about this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel was ok, served its purpose for a quick business trip. Nothing fancy or memorable. I was looking for a hotel to stay at for weekly trips to the area, but seeing as how they just increased their pet fee from $10 to $75, we will not be back.

The Best Western Airport Inn has a great location close to not only the airport but several restaurants and retail stores. The hotel is extremely nice, my room was clean and quiet and the free breakfast was AWESOME! I highly recommend this hotel as it is a quality hotel with great rates. For good reason this is my preferred place to stay when traveling to Ft Myers/Naples for business. The rooms are always clean and in good repair. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. Very convenient to the airport and close to I-75. Makes for a very great place to stay and do business anywhere between Ft Myers and Naples. The General Manager, Holly Samson is a great contact if you travel frequently and want to set up a business account. Continental breakfast is good and morning staff are polite and professional. Also a great place for vacationers.

Was in town for a family member's medical emergency, the hotel and the staff were terrific, A+++ Breakfast more than met expectations, rooms were very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Only drawbacks, internet was out the first night, and the hotel is a bit hard to see from the road.

first room given didnt have any hot water they move me to another just to have the same problem and no refund or partial refund was given. I appreciate the fact they did move me but the problem wasn't rectified and to make mater worst I called to let them know the same problem exist in the room I was move to and they didn't do anything about the matter.

We stayed a week for family affairs. Work out room was good. Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. Room was comfortable and staff was personable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice clean hotel in a very good, convenient location. Have stayed there many times before. But this time it had some issues that were upsetting. I was there for a baseball tournament along with quite a few other teams. These teams require access to washer/dryers do to the uniforms that need to be washed after every game. There is only two washers and two dryers for the entire hotel. Certainly not nearly enough. Even worse was the fact that one of the washers was broken. They need more washers/dryers! Also, a severe thunderstorm knocked out the satellite so I had no TV for a day and a half. I suggest they switch to Cable TV.

Nothing to brag about. Would be nice if they upgrade the toiletries and old yellow and stiff towels. Bedding was ok too tired to notice any problems. Direct TV out of order due to a power failure early in the day. No TV service for our stay

Very adequate for our one night stay. Close to Punta Gorda airport. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. We had problem with our tv as we did when we stayed before but it was fixed promptly. Only complaint was we had our two boys with us and they only put 2 one-quarter rolls of toilet paper in the room. We had to go down and get another roll.

Great value, nice décor, good breakfast. Helpful staff. I was travelling for business. The hotel is right off the interstate. The hotel has been updated very nicely. The breakfast was very good. Nice selection of food items.

Had a very early flight out of Ft. Meyer going one-way to St. Louis. We chose the B W near RSW Airport. Very nice. I'd highly recommend it. I've stayed at other Best Westerns in other parts of the country but this one was superior.

Enjoyed staying here. Great for Price and Location.Being a rewards member is a plus. Only negative was breakfast wasnt up to par compared to stays at other Bestwestern locations. No complaints about staff.

The staff is wonderful. The hotel itself needs a bit of updating & if you can get over the bathroom being very small (the door just misses the toilet & is very low) then you'll enjoy your stay. We will be going back again.

Property close to airport and very satisfactory. We have stayed there on multiple occasions and plan to do so in the future. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly. Also close to several food locations.

Recommend this hotel to business and leasure travelers in respect of location, services and othe amenities, free breakfast unfortunately we didn't have time to have breakfast but it looks very good. We grabbed a cup of coffee and it was cry tasty brand.

my room was clean, organized, comfortable bed. the breakfast was good, 1st hotel I've stayed where they offer crossaints bread, fresh food, the staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful when i was staying there. The TV in my room was of a good size and very large variety of channels were available to choose from. I noticed signs posted on the hallway walls saying Quite Time from 10pm to 7am, I've not seen this at any hotel that I've stayed in the past year. Overall a good experience, I will come back in about 2 weeks.

I was unsure about the hotel since it seemed it was close to the airport, but it definitely is not as close to the airport as you'd think. The hotel is located in a not very busy area, however, it is Fort Myers so that's probably different depending on the time of year. It's not too long of a drive from the hotel to popular tourist areas like Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach. It is closer to FGCU and Gulf Coast Town Center. The hotel breakfast was typical, and the beds were alright. I would stay here again more so due to the price we paid per night and with it being in a good location.

As a returning guest it always amazes me that the employees that I encounter are always smiling and happy. This is my go to place to stay when I am here in Fort Myers. It's especially nice when your greeted by your name by those who remember you.

We were in town to celebrate our grandson's graduation from High School. We found the hotel clean and neat. Our room met all our needs as did the facilities at the location. People were very pleasant.

The rooms were great, but the dining room was a little small and the elevator kept getting stuck. We were travelling with a large group, so these issues might not be a problem if you are travelling with just yourself or family.

Excellent value, I think it is a recent redo and it looks like they are trying very hard to be the best value. Hotel is close to A/P and runs a shuttle. We went in the night before since wife had a 6AM flight and we live 2 hours away. 24 hr coffee, cookies at night and fruit daytime, morning paper

Everything was well above expectations and, very convenient to airport. From the late night pickup at airport to the breakfast to the little things, snacks and drinks during the day to an exceptional staff. I would recommend this hotel anytime in Ft Meyers area as it is close to airport and a very short commute to the beach areas.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is newly renovated, clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. We did the park and fly and they took us to the airport and picked us up.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, check in was quick and easy, front desk lady was nice and greeted us with a smile. The entire hotel was recently renovated, rooms are clean (restroom could've used a little more care some mold on bathtub that was not properly addressed by maintenance). I was offered to change rooms on the second day but I did not wanted the trouble of moving all my stuff. Breakfast is good hot and cold items are served. Folger coffee and tea is available all day long in the lobby area. There is a Publix right across the street and many restaurants at walking distance. Free newspaper every day. There is a Dunkin Donuts just a few steps away from the hotel. Higher floor rooms are quieter. I do recommend the hotel. Advise to the GM: have the maintenance guy clean the A/C vents on bathrooms.

the staff did all they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay and would return. The location is good but the complete staff is outstanding. I was able to walk to eat meals. Golf was nearby when time allowed

For the past week I stayed at this property. Granted, it's been a long time since I've stayed at a Best Western. In the past I found them to be hit and miss. However, this hotel is outstanding! The room, the breakfast, the lobby, the airport shuttle are as good or better than any Hampton I've stayed in...and I've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns. I'm not sure if all BW's are up to this standard but I might have to change my travel itinerary if they are of this quality.

Stayed here to check out FGCU as a potential college for our child. Great Hotel, Staff and location. Very nice and clean. Will certainly stay again when we return to the area. Very convenient to the college and a variety of restaurants and other shopping very close by.

Great location with short drive to airport. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11 very short walk. We had a room facing the back, and it was very quiet even though the hotel was full that night. Booked on discount website for an excellent price.

Superb room and accommodations. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the special amenities in the lobby. Very friendly staff. The updated rooms and decor were beautiful. We were in town for a ballgame so having accommodations near the park was great.

A pretty solid hotel with incredible convenience of anything you could need. All the basic needs are within a couple blocks and the hotel is real close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The pool and hot tub are excellent but the fitness room could use some improvement.

The staff at this location, made sure that we had everything to make ou stay as comfortalbe as it could possible be. The front desk personnel was top notch, the breakfast staff made sure that the food was always fresh and available and house kepping, were off the charts.

All was very good with service. Staff was friendly and professional. Anadze was very good and helped us with all the details of shuttling to return the rental car and then arranging to get to the airport in the morning. The driver was friendly and prompt.

Recently renovated but still a very average hotel. It is fairly cheap and convenient, but you would not want to stay here and spend your spring vacation at this hotel. It is really much more of a budget hotel and you should choose it when you need just one night, get stranded at the airport, or if you budget is tight. Breakfast is served in the morning, but it is the same sort of "fake" breakfast food found at hotel like this one. The staff was fine and the pool was clean.

Arrived at Best Western Airport Inn in Fort Myers and received prompt,courteous service at the front desk from Robin. She went above and beyond to help me get the type of room that I wanted. I will return because of her great service.

the rooms are alway nice and clean .the staff is pleasant they have remodeled the hotel so beautiful i recommend your stay here. i always stay at this location because it is close to stores malls and great food a plus because its near the airport

As we had a very late flight arriving at the airport the hotel was an ideal location for a stay over The staff were very accommodating and the location and the cleanliness of the hotel was very good . As the curtsey bus finished at 1.00 am the hotel even reimbursed our taxi .

Clean, friendly hotel near the airport and I75 and I recommend it very highly for its location and cleanliness and accommodating staff. This is a good hotel for family as well as business. The breakfast is included as well as a shuttle bus to airport.

I can state that we love this place! Location is great, rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful. They are accomodating, helpful with any request and cheery and polite. I actually look forward to seeing the staff when we go. They are all great, but Rickee and KIzzy at the front desk are amazing!! Just a shout out to both of them! They both go above and beyond for the customers! AND… I have to mention my respect for the Inn and the workers for taking care of the beautiful, homeless cat ! She is like the Inn's mascot and every other customer that I encountered thought the same thing. It's refreshing to see a big company show compassion and helping one lost little soul! As an animal lover and rescuer myself, this alone will always endear me to this place. All in all , I would highly recommend this Inn. I HAVE BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH THE SERVICES AND STAFF. Hope to see them all on my next visit!

Well, first we were given a room that was very easy to find. The first problem was that it was occupied by a couple, that we walked in on. Embarrassed, we asked for another room. The next room had little creepy craw lies all over the desk, Sarah sent a maintenance man up with a bottle of bug spray, assuring us that it wouldn't be harmful to us. Nope. Another room please. The next room had no running water, and as of yet, 1522 hours, November 2, 2016, still has no running water. We called the corporate number and have been waiting for over 4 hours now. Also, the washing machine was broke and the ice machine is out. Such poor management ! We're checking out now. Follow up: We were not charged for the stay and the water was still out 3 hours later. Sarah, the manager, needs some serious people skills.

Location was good. Room Clean. Have to wait 15 minutes for HOT Water. Virtually NO water pressure. All Ice machines broken. Went down for breakfast. Coffee, OK. Thought I'd have a bagel. It was so stale, you could pound nails with it. I expected better. Worst Western. Last stay there. ever. 1,000 tv channels. all infomercial stuff. terrible offering.

When I pulled into the drive a uniformed member of the staff came out with a rolling cart and greeted me. He told me where to park to avoid traffic in and out of the drive and said that by the time I was entering my room he would have all my things unloaded. There is no charge for pets so I had my cat his food bowls and litter box with me so there was quite a bit to carry in had he not comer to find me.

When mentioning that we had a late flight the day of our check-out, the front desk employee was very accommodating, and allowed us to check out at 3 p.m. We only stayed one night, but we noticed how clean and modern the facility was.

Stayed there last weekend as we had to go to the west coast of Florida on business. Got a reasonably priced room. The hotel was in the process of being upgraded. We had a nice room where everything worked although the A/C was noisy. The hotel provided a very nice complimentary breakfast. The Best Western Airport Inn was right near I-75 which made our trip home easier. This was a worthwhile hotel and we enjoyed our short stay..

Convenient, safe location for airport travel. Minutes from the terminal and several restaurants.Great drop off/pick up shuttle service, to the airport, comfortable, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast is included.

The room was great, a very clean non-smoking room, and very comfortable. Keep it up. If I am required to visit the area on business in the future, I will hopefully stay at the Best Western. I also appreciated the free breakfast - was disappointed that there were no bacon or sausage to go with the wonderful tasting scrambled eggs on the day I was there. The coffee was great, too. As I noted previously, I will, and I have, recommended this hotel to family and friends. Thank you.

It was a quick overnight ftom the airport to home. I don't like driving late at night, and Best Western is available and welcoming no matter the hour. There is always a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning.

Good hotel for short visits close to stores, restaurants and airport. Has been updated for the most part so it is newer and clean with new furnishings. Breakfest was a bit lacking of variety and service so that could have been better and not up to the standard of many other BW properties we have stayed at.

Noisy vibrating air conditioner, no wake up call, driver late taking us to airport in the morning. The worst stay ever. We had a long day ahead and expected a better room that provided quiet, a wake call was important and then the driver came late to take us to the airport.

This is another Best Western we have stayed in in the last week and has a high standard of cleanliness. No issues here, good sleep parking was ok and so was breakfast and the wi-fi. Not sure about access for public transport

There was only two down sides to this hotel. 1) The tile floors in the rooms makes everything loud. With no carpet to dampen the sounds you can hear everyone next to you / upstairs / housekeeping / hallways. 2) The food selection is not that good. Everything else was good.

Staff and Room was excellent. Great updated amenities. However, needs improvement in the breakfast category. In addition, they must improve the Laundry Room and provide more quantities of washer and dryer since the washers were broken all time during my stay.....

Generally it was ok for one night but I think it was overpriced for the value. Breakfast was limited. Air conditioner was loud. Internet connectivity and speed was very good. Lobby and common areas are outdated.

The afternoon staff was great! We had an issue with our refrigerator and they immediately replaced it. They gave us a shuttle ride to a restaurant for dinner!! We were very pleased with everything except we didn't receive our wake-up call (the girl was having a hard time staying awake) and there were lots of tiny ants throughout the room. We would definitely stay there again because the goods outweighed the bad!

Hotel super clean , beds comfortable, has small refrigerator , free breaksfast in am at night at front desk has free cookies and the staff is friendly. Also realized when I got home from my trip I left my pillow I called back they had my pillow and going to ship it to me very happy.

We haven't stayed in many Best Western hotels. This hotel has it all. Excellent accommodations. We will definitely be using Best Western hotels in the future. The service and accommodations were excellent.

One of the newer Best Westerns in Ft Myers. The breakfast is very good and the staff friendly. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of almost everything but the beach (25min). Rooms are clean, ac works, and the pillows seem new. Good value in a great place.

Stayed for 2 nights for a little getaway with my mom. The lobby was simple but clean, and the front desk staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. The room itself was small but mostly clean, the decor was not attractive but not terrible. The bathroom was very small and quite old-looking, and the towels were all a bit stained (hence the 3 star review, otherwise, it would have been 4 stars). The beds were quite uncomfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice feature, and was basic but completely fine. There is a very, very small pool in the front of the building, but we didn't go in. About a 20 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach, and a 30 minute drive to Sanibel. Overall, we had a great time, and it was fine for a short, low cost stay.

We love this hotel! We have stayed there a couple of times. It is always spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is very nice! Te buffet has a good variety and is very tasty. I am always very impressed with the cleanliness of this and their staff is wonderful!

I was in town for a friend's wedding - I have never been to Fort Myers before. I picked this place only because of its proximity to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). I did not have a car so shuttle service to and from the Airport was important to me. The Shuttle Service is great. The Shuttle is always ready to go and is always on standby at the front entrance of the hotel. When I landed I called the Hotel and they told me to stand in a certain spot and the shuttle was there within 10 minutes. The Hotel is very close. The Best Western is located on Daniels Parkway, it is very busy. However the location is great. It is walking distance from: Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, the Gas Station, Publix Supermarket & Deli, Chinese Food, and a bunch of restaurants. The fact that I did not have a car made this the best possible location for me. The beach is far you definitely need a car to go there - nothing an Uber cannot do. The staff was very friendly, there are always fresh cookies at the welcome desk. Lobby is big with a lot of chairs, and a TV with a ton of channels. Pool & Hot Tub are great - I went everyday. It is pretty much open all day from 7am - 10pm. There is a stack of free & clean towels as you walk into the pool area so you don't need to bring one from your room. There are also changing and bathing areas right next to the pool. Rooms are great, and so is house keeping - they will always give you a fresh set of towels even if you did not want room service. If I am ever back in Fort Myers, this is where I will stay.

On going disputes about double charges because best western and expidiea do not know how to communicate. Ask manager to send district manger info never received email containing info I needed. Check charges and double check statements I had charges show up 2weeks after I checked out.

I love staying at this Best Western. It is one of the nicest we have stayed at in Florida. The staff always go out of there way to make sure your stay in very good. We just moved our daughter into college there so we will be staying there alot.

I stay here for business purposes, but if I had to use my hard earned money, this would be my first choice in Ft Myers, Fl. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The grounds are clean, safe, and inviting. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Room was clean; king bed comfortable ; perfect location to 1-75, mall, food and hospital. Staff was very pleasant . Breakfast was standard breakfast buffet. Not really good. Would stay again if the need arises.

My family of 9 stayed here on our way from visiting relatives to North Captiva Island. The 5 grandchildren were thrilled with the little pool and the fun breakfast the next morning, and our 3 rooms, close to each other as we had requested, were fine. No problems and friendly staff, not least breafast staff.

Recently remodeled ...very clean... Staff was nice and very accommodating super fast check in. Great Value!!! My son and I were in town for Baseball and it was a short driving distance to the fields. We will stay here again if in the area!!

Loved the hotel and staff but the room I booked was not what I received. The dryer was not working either but overall the stay was good. Staff was very helpful, room was very clean, and I felt safe traveling by myself with my child.

Tidy, but not completely clean. There were groups with lots of kids with little adult supervision during our stay. It was a great location near the RSW airport. The front desk staff was helpful and personable.

Stayed here for one night as our plane got in very late. Front desk people were very courteous the room was very clean and updated and the breakfast was nice. Had no trouble parking. It doesn't back off the road just a smidge so you'll have to look for it especially at night.

Decor was nice. Had to change rooms the first time due to loud knocking Air conditioner. Kept me up at night this was a 4 day stay. Second room my children woke up with bit marks. Fire ants coming out the garbage all over each piece of furniture. Having a cleaning business. I was able to contain this issue. Frankly tired of the inconvenience and having to change rooms. My kids had bit marks all over even there face. They seem not surprised or that they wanted to contain this issue themselves. Then to top it off one of the front desk personal was petty and rude to my oldest son. All of these issues mention to staff. I have stayed in many hotels. And I have thrown away food. And never had the issue to be woken up with bit marks all over.

Rooms were in good condition, beds comfortable. Shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive once I called the hotel. Some fast food options nearby and a couple of nicer restaurants. Friendly staff. This is a typical best western that is about 3-4 miles from the airport. Would stay again.

I was having trouble operating my TV and the front desk sent someone to my room TWICE! The service, room and breakfast - all good. As you can tell we liked this motel! We will come here again, as we have family very nearby.

BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL. the shuttle took over 45 minutes,which 1am shuttle arrived we also booked a room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa, as we check in there was no availability. it took almost another hour for the only frond desk person to find a rollaway,which there was none available at 2am we therefore got another room, ok...but not what we planned when your family wants to be together. And to top it off the housekeeping staff was speaking so loud in Spanish in the hallways it was something I never experienced.. so after finally going to bed after 2am by 7 we were hearing the housekeepers!!!

In June 2015 we stayed in this hotel and were generally happy. We suggested that if the hotel were to "tighten up" a couple of things that it would a better experience. I am happy to say that the issues that we faced last year when our team stayed here (housekeeping and slow internet) weren't apparent on this trip. Although the Best Western is never going to be compared to a four or five star property, it certainly is a clean, comfortable hotel for a competitive price. The rooms are on the smaller side but well maintained. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Even though the front desk was working through issues associated with a new computer system, they were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a much better experience this year compared to last. Would gladly stay here again if the need arose.

Excellent location, close to RSW and on the main drag....Daniels Pkwy. Staff were friendly and very professional,courteous and helpful. Resident cat was very cool. I am not a big cat fan, but this cat was very cool. I named him/her skunky!!! The cat would not come in the building, however would walk past the automatic doors and get a bit of A/C.

I needed someplace near the airport for an early flight the next morning. Mary at the front desk told me that the restaurant "FANCY" was very good. She was right on all points. Everything was very clean & the price was reasonable. The airport shuttle lady was great.

Poor front desk service. Poor breakfast. No hot water. No soap or shampoo. Would not recomend or stay here again. Location is not convenient to sanibel island or fort Myers beach. Staff was not very helpfull

The room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was great and staff was friendly. I had stayed in a run down hotel all week and it was nice to be in a more luxury setting. I went to the breakfast close to the closing time and there was plenty of food and drinks.

Everything was wonderful at this Best western but he breakfast they had no milk and the coffee machine was broken really no coffee for breakfast . other than breakfast everything else was great the people that work there were very nice

The room was very smelly. It seemed like it had been sprayed and then resprayed in an attempt to cover up the original smell. -In the morning I found three tiny bugs on my computer screen. Also, I had paid in advance, yet, my credit card was billed. If I had not reviewed the bill, I would have paid double for the room.

We stayed here while my grandson's high school baseball team played in the state championship games at the wonderful sports center just 2 miles down the road. The hotel is recently renovated! It is very user friendly, beautiful inside and the continental breakfast has hot and cold entrees and is very good compared to lots of others we've seen. The price was $110.99 out the door for one night. Aa hint though in trying to find it. Fort Myers has frontage roads and you can't really see it from the main highway, so do ask for specific directions. Everyone was very accommodating too! Enjoy!!!

Modern rooms, new amenities, smelled clean. Had to check out before breakfast to catch a plane so cannot speak for the breakfast. Sink outside of bathroom so can have one person showering while another is shaving, putting on makeup, etc.

I needed a hotel near the Ft Myers airport twice in March and decided to stay at this Best Western both times due to my good experience the first time! The shuttle was convenient, staff friendly and breakfast ready when I needed it!

It is a simple airport inn. Room size and layout are reasonable, nothing fancy. I found the air-conditioner of room 428 is very noisy and much quieter in room 225 which I later on moved in due to missing flight. The bed is too soft for me and the blanket & towels were too harsh. The complimentary breakfast with warm scrambled eggs ham or sausage.... matching the airport inn standard. The front desk staffs, drivers I met were all courtesy and eager to help.

Pillows too fluffy! Everything was nice until our cell phone disappeared off the night stand where we left it charging so we wouldn't lose it on our days outing. So secure your stuff, I know I will! Staff was cooperative with law enforcement.

I picked this hotel because of the free shuttle service to and fro from the airport. It certainly was worth it as I learned later that taxi would have cost $35. The shuttle service accommodates late night flights (up to 1 am) and early take offs (starts at 4), which was in my case. The hotel itself is pretty ordinary otherwise clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected with hot items and fresh fruits. If you leave early, get a pack and go breakfast with fresh juice, fruit and pastry. A Nice touch. The staff at the front desk went over and beyond. The receptionist called me when I did not show up for the shuttle. I nearly missed my flight as I set the alarm wrong. I will stay at this hotel again.

Our group consisted of around 30 rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was good. I heard no complaints from any of our families. Everyone enjoyed the hotel. We will definitely try to stay there again next year.

Very nice stay. We were there 1 night before our condo was ready. Clean and nice breakfast. The pool and pool area is VERY small for the volume of guests. There should be a nice outside area to sit and relax outside. Clean and friendly staff.

Stayed in Fort Myers on our last day of our Florida vacation. The room we were given was clean and up to date and the price was great for late February -early March. Check in was easy and the desk clerk gave us some tips on where to get a good meal nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had out-of-towners attending my daughter's wedding staying here; we blocked off 10 rooms and I believe all 10 were taken. Sara (Manager) and her staff couldn't have been better. This Best Western has been recently remodeled and it was fantastic! The staff went out of their way to help us. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We hadn't stayed in a Best Western in many years, but because of our experience with this property, I am sure we will in the future. This property is close to Interstate 75, the airport, shopping, all types of restaurants, not too far to the beaches and Sanibel & Captiva, Naples and other areas of interest. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were VERY satisfied with this hotel. The hotel and our room were very clean, had up to date furnishings and good internet service. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast food, room and staff were outstanding! There was a nice breakfast selection to choose from. The staff always made sure the food was replenished when running low. The pool area was very nice and there was always plenty of towels. The pool wasn't heated but was warm enough to use. (NOTE: this was in Feb and March.) The hotel is located close enough to walk to a grocery store, restaurants and drug stores. Located within a short distance is Jet Blue, The Twins' Hammond Stadium and other shopping, services and restaurants.

We presented our preprinted hotel confirmation and then waited at the front desk about an hour because we booked the hotel room on TripAdvisor apparently through a third party called GetaRoom. We booked the room on March 22, 2016 and our cc was charged March 23, 2016. GetaRoom did not pass along the reservation or the payment to Best Western and they had no record of our stay. It took the hour for TripAdvisor to put us through to GetaRoom and for GetaRoom, to email the hotel with payment information. It was completely frustrating and we will certainly consider whether to use Trip Advisor and especially GetaRoom again. The hotel felt so bad for our wait and hassle with GetaRoom that they upgraded us to a Suite! They were very knowledgable and helpful from Brittany (at the front desk) to the free airport shuttle drivers. The hotel was all redone, new and nice! We would absolutely recommend The airport Fort Myers Best Western!

There is a great bargain: well-priced, nice breakfast, good staff, reliable internet, good business center; great location with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Easy access to the airport. Shuttle starts as early as 4am, which was the feature that placed it above other choices.

Our stay here was perfect in every way. Our room was huge (the presidential suite) and super economical, I couldn't believe the rate! Inexpensive! The staff were all professional yet all treated us like friends. Our favorite part was having their free breakfast, DELICIOUS! Sharon was so kind, sweet, and cheerful. She made sure that everyone had their breakfast and that no food went to waste! She made our stay extra special.

We had a very large room overlooking the pool.( accommodates 6). We had outstanding service and Sharon and Zohaer helped us start the day on the right foot. I just moved to Cape Coral FL from Miami and Sharon and Zohaer provided my family and I with amazing hospitality. Staying at this hotel was the best confirmation showing us that we had made the right decision in moving to the area! We are remodeling our home and within our stay we have had nights of getting back to our room at 2am and there was not one night that we did not receive a warm welcome at 2am or a greeting with " hello can I get you anything tonight? how did you do today? If you need anything please just let us know :-). This place is awesome and I will totally without a doubt recommend Best Western Airport INN to anyone. Thank you for providing us another great stay. (We have stayed 3 times before).

Great location near interstate but well beyond and noise. Great breakfast in tidy and comfortable area. Room was clean and had all amenities needed for overnight accommodation. Check inn and out was quick and staff pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before an airport pickup. The king room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Their recommendation for dinner was great. There is a small pool outside that we did not use but many people seemed to be using it. The price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was included.

Stayed in this Best Western 2 nights on our SW Florida vacation. It is close to the airport so it was a nice stop before our vacation started and a nice stay when our vacation ended. We like to be close to the airport on our last night so we do not have to deal with the Ft Myers traffic. This is a very comfortable/clean/friendly Best Western One issue. We did NOT ask for an up grade on our room. When we checked out we had an up grade charge. When I pointed it out to the clerk, he said I had to still pay for it because it was an upgrade. THEIR mistake that they charged me for.

Following a 6 night stay we packed up and checked out around 11am we stuck around a couple more hours to enjoy the pool. Just before leaving we realized our sons blankie was left in the room. Likely caught up in the sheets. Before physically leaving the hotel we went to the front desk to inquire. This is where everything went wrong. Their maintenance man was put in charge to look thru the lost and found. He returned and stated directly to my face. "We don't have it, we throw those things away they are no use to us". His exact words. I was appalled when he said this and thought I bet if I left a wallet in the room- he would definitely find use for it. Seeing he had absolutely no customer service skills I looked to the desk for them to intercept and they did that mediocre at best. How difficult is it to maintain a lost and found for time period. Rest assured of you leave anything behind the maintenance man will throw it away as he states and the manager on duty supports it. Just based on this I will never stay at a Best Western again. They could use some lost and found tips from the Hiltons and Mariotts.

I scheduled my booking for this hotel on Booking.com and got a great deal! The hotel was super nice, the staff very friendly and helpful, and I felt very at home. The staff wasn't snooty, but genuine. A rare trait to gather from other hotels! They treated me like family and I greatly appreciated that!

The staff is professional, accommodating and hospitable. This is my first choice of hotels when I'm in the area because they do everything to make it as comfortable as being home. Rooms are clean and always in perfect order.

A very beautiful hotel. Beds were so comfortable, pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. While we were there, there was a group of social needs also staying. One of the ladies that was running the breakfast buffet stayed and made waffles for every one of them. She was so kind and patient. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves to be told how amazing is. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location - short drive to beaches and both Punta Gorda and Southwest Florida International Airports. Across the street from Starbucks and a couple of blocks to grocery stores and restaurants.

This place is awesome, Plus I got to use my points to pay!! Chocolate chip cookies to great you. Warm friendly staff to help with every possible need!! A jacuzzy as well as a swimmint pool. Beautiful room , 4th floor great for views!! ample parking!! great people and offered food for early leaving (granola bars, danish, juices) We had a very early flight so we couldn't get their great breakfast.

We stayed at this property for three nights, and then again one night later in the week before flying home. The property is clean, and the bed was decent. The only thing that I noticed was the nightstand lower shelf was dusty. The main problem we had was that the TV came on by itself at 5:30am every morning and we didn't know how to fix it. We reported it to the desk but they were unable or unwilling to correct it. The remote needed new batteries, and the volume button did not work on the remote the last night. The water pressure was good in the first room we stayed in, but was really poor in the last room we stayed in. The breakfast was good, and the staff working in the breakfast area did a great job replenishing items and helping guests. We received a bag of goodies on our last night before we left as we were going to miss breakfast due to an early flight. The hotel was quiet, and the room was a good size. The hotel is close to the airport so it is convenient for flying in and our of Fort Myers.

These guys are friendly, and go the extra mile to solve any of your concerns!! Beautiful with a pool and a jacuzzy Loved it !! The Room was beautiful and roomy. They just remolded last summer!! We stayed on the 4th floor and had great views, plus it was so easy to get to the airport from there !!

I highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast selection, friendly staff throughout the hotel, very nice pool& spa area. Hotel is nicely decorated. Our room was very clean & comfortable. It included a frig and microwave. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The Twins Hammond Stadium and Jet Blue are close by.

We arrived in the late evening (11:40) on our flight, so chose a spot close to the airport. We were happy to be able to take the motel shuttle as we thought it only would be available until midnight. Shuttle driver from the motel was very pleasant and said that the shuttle would be available for a couple more hours. The motel was fine. Only complaint is that the single room sink is located outside the bathroom itself.

Everything besides hotel desk staff was very good. Didn't have enough staff on to be able to assist older women with 6 piesces of heavy luggage plus totes and bags and didn't appear to want to assist with this problem even though it was apparent that we would not be able to manage on our own. We did help ourselves to the luggage racks and wheeled it to the elevator and into our room. the room was clean and well supplied with towels. we liked the sink on the outside of the bathroom, the hairdryer worked well, as did the air conditioning. tv was in excellant condition, the internet service was easy to use, and it was fairly quiet. the location was good and the shuttle service to the airport was great, driver was friendly, helpful and drove safely.

This facility was very clean, friendly, quiet and offered a nice breakfast in the morning. I'm a fitness buff, so having the option of protein and not sugary carbs was great! The only problem was small little bugs crawling all over the beverage counter. Bug traps were out, but no one wants to see this a breakfast.

Great value and excellent friendly service. No huge frills, but overall a nice comfortable stay with friendly service at an affordable price. So if you are not planning on making the hotel the highlight of your vacation this is a great place to stay and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Nice hot tub and outside pool. Pool should be heated during the winter months. Friendly folks abound and they leave nothing for you to worry about. Morning breaks is not to be missed. In fact, they make sure you have something to eat if you have to leave before 6:00am.

I really enjoyed this hotel - close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The hotel was in great shape and recently renovated. The rooms were nice and clean. Some more updates to the bathroom would be nice - but extremely clean and great value. Staff really made this stay. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Very helpful and friendly! Way to go!

Our stays were quick. We got in late and left early two separate occasions a few days apart. The room was okay but not anything special. The bathtub didnt drain our first stay, we mentioned it and it was fixed by the time we came back a few days later. The kitchenette is very basic. Fridge microwave and sink. Not what we expected. Lots of cupboards but no dishes or utensils provided. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Beds were ok. Staff were excellent with great service

I always stay here when I have an early flight out of Ft Myers and if I arrive late in the evening. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable especially since they have remodeled. Good Japanese restaurant within walking distance and close to other places to eat.

Professional, helpful, and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good WiFi. Close to airport. Great, convenient shuttle service. Provided fruit for breakfast 1 1/2 hour before breakfast time. Did not try other amenities.

We stayed for 4 nights in January 2016. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was large with many choices. the room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. I even left an item behind and when I called to inquire the staff was able to find it and made arraignments to send it to me. I was so happy that they were able to help me and were so friendly about it.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Major complaint was noise from surrounding room bathrooms was loud. Breakfast was the typical fare. Rates were fair for value received. Did not use the pool or meeting rooms.

Florida is expensive this time of year. The breakfast was good but could be a bit more varied. Cleaning personnel were very thoughtful. We used the shuttle service. Nice to have a hot tub. The location is good for getting to the ball parks that we played at.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. We had a soccer tournament in Naples and this hotel was one of the hotels we had choose from. It was definitely a great choice for our team. The General Manager, Sara, was very accommodating to our soccer team. Well-deserved for the Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor. We definitely would stay here again!

I stay here on business about once a month, very close to highway, attractions, airport. Always clean and comfortable. Great clean well appointed rooms, breakfast included. Parking no problem. This is a business persons dream. I highly recommend it!

Room was clean and newly remodeled. Staff was friendly, but not very accomodinating. I asked upon check-in about the procedure for a late checkout. Mr. Patel said no problem just ask closer to checkout time. I did as he advised, on the following day close to checkout, and was told by Mr. Patel that staying an extra hour would cost $10.00. I travel often, and I have never been charged to stay and extra hour anywhere in my travels - this is a first. Mr. Patel should have also mentioned this detail when I originally asked for this information upon check in. When I asked for a room receipt upon checking out, Mr. Patel told me he was unable to print one for me since we did not book through Best Western. To make matters worse, we were given room 121, which is adjacent to the lobby and the lift (like an elevator - but louder than an elevator), and could hear the lift the entire night. I wonder if we have received lesser service because we did not book through Best Western. Perception is everything. We will not be back.

Loved it- Comfortable and clean-i did my standard bedbug check too. Direct TV & fresh remote included. Eye-bending wall art added a fun kick. Breakfast decent and the employee working the dining area Sun morning had a GREAT attitude.
