Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

Stayed in the Alamo theme room. Was not super clean like the first time we stayed. Could not get the fireplace working but didn't want to bother staff with a minor thing. The pool was fun for the kids.

Kind, helpful professional desk clerk. Had a nice quiet room, beds were comfy. easy access to Happy Harry's, West Acres, and Kohls and Target Easy to find off I-29. Pool area looked really good. we didn't use it though.

A nice, safe clean place to take your family. Easy to book and everything was efficient on their part and effortless for us. Staff was awesome and the breakfast had a good variety of fresh and well prepared food. We'll make it our go to place in Fargo.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The walls are NOT paper thin so it is very quiet! We stay here all the time because of the great service. The kids love the pool area and I love the work out center.

Not worth the price. Room was outdated, was not clean properly and beddings has holes in it. Thin walls and u can hear everything thats happening outside. Breakfast was very limited and not sanitary. No I would not recommend to a friend.

Our stay was pretty good! The kids loved the pool area and we didn't hear any noises after we went to bed. Unfortunately we did see some stains on the bottom layer sheets and the mattresses. Im sure they just need to be updated. I didn't complain about it because I didn't think it was worth making a big deal of. The front desk staff was amazing though!

Clean rooms, welcoming staff, breakfast til 10am! Parking lot well lit and pool is open til 1230am for adult swim. Truly the Best Western we have have stayed in yet. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at this Best Western for 2 months waiting to close on my house. The staff was courteous and kind. The continental breakfast was good each morning and fully stocked with plenty of options. The room was nice and never had an issue with getting towels and toiletries. The indoor water park was nice even though I never had the opportunity to use it! I loved the fact that this hotel is pet friendly even to my 110lb pit bull! They all loved him there. Most is the staff have pets too so that makes a difference. It was a good stay all the way around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Fargo, ND area with kids and pets!

This hotel was awesome! The ambiance was welcoming, the staff were welcoming. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was great variety with waffles, toast, oatmeal, etc. when we arrived we were also entertained with a free happy hour of wine, tacos with all the toppings and nachos with all the toppings. Close to restaurants. Great location. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I have been to Best Western's before, and they haven't been my favorite, but this one is quite nice. It has the whole outdoorsy/woodsy theme going, but its actually quite comfortable. The room is nice and very clean , and they have a nice little waterpark. The staff was really super nice, and they have a social hour with drinks and appetizers that is pretty cool. This was all for a very reasonable price, just over $100. I would definitely recommend if you're not looking for anything too fancy. Plus there are plenty of food and dining options that are walking distance.

We love this hotel. The beds are always comfortable, this time we had a couch and over stuffed chair which were very nice. Love the decor, bears hanging on the balconys , frontier or country rugs and curtains etc.

The rooms are "blow-you-away" sized. And the western motif greets you at the door, follows you thru the halls and right into your room. Beds are totally comfy. Bathroom has an exhaust fan, and there are carbon monoxide monitors in each room. The pool is geared toward the kids enjoyment, and they have a hot tub.

Not sure why, or even how, this place has the ratings it does. Run-of-the-mill hotel. Amenities are basic. Rooms seem hit or miss. I've stayed a couple times. AC didn't work all that well on one of my stays during the summer, with the temperature outside in the 90s. An indication of poor upkeep. Front desk staff, although friendly; not competent. Overall, it's just another standard BW hotel.

This stop has completed visiting all 50 states. We stopped here on the way to Idaho. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a managers happy hour Monday thru Wednesday 530-700pm Vicki was our host doing a great job. Beer , wine and some good snacks. Breakfast is good. A very nice hotel to stop at and have a good nights sleep. If we come back this way again we will stop.

The pool area was very fun for the kids, ages 12 and 10. Room and beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was okay, much of the food was out and not being refilled. Wish they'd have more fruit options than apples and funky looking oranges. Wish the check in person would have told us about the managers reception. After 3 weeks of travel with young kids, it would have been nice but I totally forgot till a woman in the pool area asked if I went. I ran down right at 7pm but they cleaned up already.

Customer service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Liked that the vanity/sink area was separate from the tub/shower area. The hot tub and water park was very nice. Plenty of parking. Only 10 minutes from the Hector Airport.

We are on a road trip and this was the nicest hotel on the trip! We didn't have kids with us but wished we did. They had a very fun pool! The hotel offered a free happy hour with nice little snacks and beverages including wine and beer.

Myself, two daughters and Grand daughter stayed one night. Grand daughter has a blast in the pool. It wasn't crowded which was nice. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was good, but breakfast space could be larger as it was hard to find seating. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I wanted a romantic stay with each other so seen the reviews and booked a jacuzzi suite. The room was big and clean but really outdated with what was in the room tv was old flat screen microwave furniture ect. Not very romantic reminded me of frontier land at Disneyland. I am sure naby that's the style they are going for but when you pay 170 for one night and get a suite it would've of been more modern or somewhat romantic. Also there were kids above our room stopping and screaming which was loud. I would 100 percent recommend to stay here for families great place for kids but for couples this is not a romantic place at all

Greeted with a strong western vibe, Inside and outside, with every detail in theme from the carpets to the shower curtains. Cute little carved bears peeking in the windows and climbing columns. Everything is updated, neat, clean and in working order. Great location and plenty of parking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room and all public spaces were super clean. The double queen room was large. The room was cool (we were there in the summer) and quiet. I understand that there are free drinks and hors d'oeuvres between 5:30 and 7 pm. We didn't have those, but we had the breakfast and the variety was incredible. There is also a pool area with small waterslides and a fitness room.

Quiet and was nice that there was a restaurant right across the parking lot from the hotel. Liked that there were 2 doors so you didn't have to lug your luggage down the hall you could back right up to the outside door.

We rented a block of rooms for a weekend at the BW Plus Kelly Inn for a family reunion of 70, and also used the conference room for 2 nights. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the staff and accommodations and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic. After 40 nights on the road, and almost as many hotels, this ranks up there as one of the best. Certainly the best Best Western we stayed at. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, spacious. Breakfast was as expected, but the lady was so nice and accommodating. Would stay again.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The jetted tub in our room was great to relax in! It was close to all of the stores we did our shopping. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

I spent a long day working and needed a quiet place to rest for the night. The check-in was easy and the Wild Bill's next door was a tasty recommendation. The lobby is nicely decorated and the roomes were clean and well kept.

We hit Fargo during a 4-day blizzard. Amazing the job they did keeping snow cleared. Had reservations as Kelly is pet friendly and clean. Many nearby restaurants and other shopping. The property is getting a bit old, but still clean. Probably could use a major "freshening" in the coming months. We will stay here again, along with their twin-sister hotel in Billings MT.

This is our family's favorite hotel for staycations. We love the cabin feel of the property and the spacious Horse Whisperer suite is our go to room. The “horse room at the bear hotel” is now the top request for birthdays in our family. Our kids love the multiple TV's and fireplaces in the suite and the huge jetted tub. The pool area is their favorite in town. It's not as crazy as some pools at other properties and there are fun slides and other things to do. Waffles in the morning are always a hit, too. The hotel has always been very clean and the staff is excellent.

Staying at the Best Western in Fargo ND is always a great experience. Lisa and her staff are constantly hospitable and cheerful. From the time I check in to the time o leave I feel extremely welcome and get well taken care of.

We always stay at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites when we travel to Fargo. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Great pool & fitness center! Pleasant and courteous staff!

The rooms and facility are very clean, the staff is very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious! Great pool facility for kids (not really tailored to adults) and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to bring the family. It's a great pool for kids 12 and under. They stayed super busy and the temperatures of the pool and hot tub were spot on. Totally hands down the best breakfast! You won't be disappointed at this hotel!

This hotel is centrally located for excellent shopping choices! They have lots of carts to bring your purchases to your room. The breakfast and happy hour snacks are bountiful. They also have a water bottle fill station,

We stayed Thursday and Friday night before Labor day and was very surprised by the nice accommodations the breakfast was just typical motel fare but I don't hold that against them as we never expect much any motel for breakfast.

This hotel should get a 5 rating…….. However because of our check in experience, we lowered it to a 4. The young girl at reception never once smiled or seemed interested in her job, she was more interested in putting her ear buds in and either listening to or watching something. She either needs a lot more training or needs to be in a different department. Her customer service skills are not good. This is an older hotel BUT is very well maintained. Everything wears clean and everything WORKED. ALL the other staff were very friendly and we were greeted with a good afternoon, or morning…… Breakfast was sufficient and our room was well decorated and (again) VERY well maintained and clean. It appears management and staff take great pride in this facility. Sadly because of that one individual ( who is the first you see when you first arrive) the rating is a 4.

The staff doesn't care about clean room here! They think they can get away with, get this, LESS than bare minimum!!! Imagine requesting room service and coming back home at 2am after a wedding to find towels on the floor still!! Never staying at a Best western again. We'll gladly pay a higher price for actually clean rooms and friendly staff that will listen to you.

Very clean hotel and located within walking distance to tourist center. Restaurants, Parks, Museum and shopping near by. Friendly staff. And 15 Minute drive to airport. Good location off if the highway.

First trip with a newborn, so we appreciated the cleanliness of the room, size and amenities. Breakfast goes for 4 hours, so you have a chance to work around your morning schedule, good variety, I appreciated the non dairy milk option. Would stay again.

The pictures don't match the cleanliness or service. We were extremely unsatisfied. This was one of the worst Best westerns I've stayed in. Our fridge didn't work, there were stains on the sheets and blankets. We had garbage and used towels left from the last guests - I actually removed them myself because room service never showed up.

First stay in Fargo and super happy that we chose Best Western! Very welcoming as soon as we entered, the rooms very clean and beds nice and comfy! The breakfast options were plentiful with lots of options of hot and cold food! Staff was extremely helpful and overall hotel was extremely clean!

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was great! Super nice and professional. We were charged for a rollaway but didn't have one in our room. Notified checkin front desk person but I was still charged for the rollaway for 2 nights.

We had a pleasant stay, friendly staff and clean room. The bed was not in great shape and is due for replacement. We also ended up in a handicap accessible room (unknown to us until we got there). Interestingly, the room has a regular tub/shower with a chair - not a roll in shower. This may be noteworthy for guests using wheelchairs who are unable to transfer into a tub/tub chair. The hotel decor is very rustic - like a ranch in the mountains. Made us giggle because Fargo isn't anywhere near the mountains. Overall we were happy enough with our stay.

Comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations in Fargo, especially if you're traveling with a family that has pets! Great pool with interactive activities to keep the kids busy, nicely sized hot tub and ample seating to accommodate families. Breakfast is better than normal and the property is close to a number of restaurants that can easily be visited on foot.

I have stayed here 2-3 times and I have enjoyed it every time. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. They have a variety of room types to stay in. The pool is much more kid-orientated and not great to just go relax by the pool.

Good value. Enjoyed breakfast and the appetizer hour. Pool area was clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable. Close to shopping centre and local restaurants. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived just in time to catch the manager's reception with appetizers. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which has features more like a mini water park. We got room service from the Johnny Carino's next door. Breakfast was nice as well.

What a fantastic place! My husband says I'm hard to please but this place is perfect. Sooooo clean, quiet, and we had the best night's sleep of our entire trip. The hotel is unique and beautiful in it's decor (I'm sure the only reason it isn't a Hilton or Marriott are the exterior entrance rooms on the first floor). The pool area is simply amazing ... Any kid will love it. Fat and pleasant checkin and our, and the breakfast area was plentiful and immaculate.

Our entire family (including 11 children 6 and under) stayed there while in town for a wedding. We had a very positive experience- great for families. Kids loved the waterpark. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast area very nice.

Met our expectations. Nothing special, no complaints, reliably middle of the road. Safe, comfortable, quiet, free wifi and parking. No room safe. Breakfast buffet was also ok, the usual paper and plastic affair. Fair value for money at $110.

The happy hour and pool were totally unexpected and very much appreciated and enjoyed. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The gluten free options for breakfast were delicious

I have stayed at this location numerous times and have never been disappointed. Easy access with many dining options very close. The hotel is very clean and the staff is always friendly and that's all I can really ask for.

WE just went to this best western for a 2 night stay. from check in to check out it was an excellent stay. we where 2 hours early but the front desk found us a room to check in. the room was nice and spacious and clean and very comfortable. the bed was firm but not to firm. we then went down to the pool and wow it was nice. definitely set up for children with slides and water canons but still enjoyable for adults. Breakfast was very delicious with a variety of choices. the big surprise was the manager's reception on monday that had a variety of hot foods not only chips and beer or wine. next time in fargo we will definitely stay here again.

We haven't traveled to Fargo since 2019. We always stay at this hotel and as usual everything about our stay was great. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was fully stocked and fresh.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Hairdryer, good towels. Nice lobby area. All ok…pretty much what I expect from a large chain. Breakfast not great but none of them are. Ticked immediate boxes and that's all we needed. Friendly check in staff.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. However, if you are counting on a quiet night for an early flight, DONT stay above the pool on the third floor. Sounds like it's right next door and doesn't close until 11:00 pm. Staff was not very apologetic( “we are all booked up tonight. Sorry”) and I was not informed when I checked in. Why would anyone think it's ok the put rooms above a pool with literally no sound barriers. Ridiculous to pay for a room like this.

Stayed here for work for one week based on other Trippy reviews. It is a nice place. Positives: clean, quiet, friendly staff, good room lighting - no 40 watt bulbs, good work desk - actually had a place to work on reports, exercise room looked good - but did not use, fun type indoor pool - did not use, bed and pillows ok, computer & printer available, printer worked well for boarding passes, washer & drier clean and worked well - and only $0.75 each !!, wifi 144 Mbps, easy access, decent rental rate, food and shopping nearby, and the window actually opened! Easy parking lot access. Dislikes: shower head is ~7' up. Major dislike: wifi kept asking for pass word log in every few minutes.

The kid friendly pool makes this hotel the best hotel experience we have ever had as a family. Great for families with young children. Ours were between 3 and 8. Lots of food nearby. Great hot breakfast in the morning.

There for a family trip but there happened to be a hockey tournament or something and kids & parents were up all hours of the night, extremely loud. Called to complain and was told they were working on it, it never got better.

Great hotel for a great price. Breakfast was great and the dining area was very clean. My room was kept clean each day and staff were amazing to work with. On two occasions I needed change and staff kindly helped.

Having 2 doors were extremely helpful traveling with my dog. We were able to enter the room from outside so we didn't have to walk in the hallway as our dog gets excited seeing other dogs. We were able to use interior door to go to the pool and to breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed for one night and the overall experience was pretty average. We got our keys and went to the room assigned to us only to find that it was still being cleaned. We came back down to lobby and got keys to another room which was ready. The hotel itself is very old and there is kind of smell in the carpet throughout. We sprayed room freshener to be able to stay. The pool however is great, especially for kids. Our daughter had a lot of fun. Okay for one day stay if you are just passing by.

My family & friends went to Fargo for Jeff Dunham show & decided to make a weekend out of it! We stayed at Beat Western Kelly in the whole weekend & had conjoining rooms. Staff was very friendly & accommodating! Definitely will stay here again!

This property is conveniently located near shopping and dining. It is clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. There is a pool and it is family friendly. Most importantly, the showers and bathroom are very clean. We would stay here again after the experience we had.

Highly recommend BWP in Fargo. Sold out hotel that provided everything you need without a hitch. My expectations at BWP are pretty high and at times have not been met but not this time. Spot on for me.

Get a way trip to let the kids swim. They loved the pool. Breakfast was good with toppings available for the waffles, couple hot items offered, muffins and donuts. Rooms and bathroom a little small for families. Pet friendly and room walk out doors to take dog out easily.

This was an exceptionally nice hotel and extremely friendly and professional and helpful staff. We stayed here twice at the start and end of our road trip through North Dakota. It was located in an excellent location. Very accessible to all the sights to see in Fargo. We were lucky to catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels right outside our window. Very close to the Red River Zoo. Excellent breakfast in the morning and really friendly breakfast staff!

Great hotel in the Fargo area and a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend staying here, plus it is easy to find and the hotel is quiet. Good value for your money too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds.

My stay was very good except for noisy kids on my floor and the floor above. NDSU had a home game the following day and lots of folks were in town. Breakfast was good albeit crowded. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

The exterior appearance of this facility is outstanding. Pet friendly exterior door access is appreciated. Only complaints were: one of queen beds appeared to be slept in, both beds' linens were extremely crumpled and didn't smell freshly washed, the lampshades were stained and broken, and the desk clerk at check-in was unpersonable. The Managers reception and breakfast offerings were bountiful and delicious. Food presentation was organized and kept tidy.

Stayed at the best western Kelly Inn. Very nice. Breakfast was great. A lot of options for various diet options. Like Keto friendly. Stayed in A handicap accessible room. My wife is handicapped. She was very satisfied.

8 out of 10. The Ammenities are very good. Nice pool, busy with families, nice Exercise area, one bike didn't work right but other machines did and weight machine as OK for a hotel. Breakfast is great. Warm fireplace is very inviting to come and sit by in lobby on a cold day in ND. More hotels should have a big fireplace. Friendly staff helps too. Rooms are good sized too.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. The weather was bad out so nice to have a few restaurants within a short walk. We used the pool the most. Location was great. Would stay here again

If you have children, pets AND want a comfortable sleep and comfortably sized room with a cute decor, stay here! We have an elderly blind dog and love that we can let her out directly outside with an outside door, or walk to the pool from the inside door. The decor is a big winner for my husband who is a wildlife lover and outdoorsman.

Overall a good place. The place is kept up and clean. The king bed room I was in was great. Big comfy chair and a nice couch. It's close to restaurants and shops. There's a swimming pool for the kids if you have kids in tow. No charge for pets, which is a huge plus. The rates are reasonable and I'd say better than other mid to upper class hotels. Food is nothing special but that's hotel food for you. Just how it is. They keep the food and dining area very clean. I would recommend stying here.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay! It is clean and cared for. It is well decorated and the staff is great! They exceeded our expectations! The pool and slides are designed for kids and wading for adults. Yet, there are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at for those who have kids that can play on their own. The breakfast choices were good and they had a handful of hot breakfast items which was appreciated. The location of the hotel is easy to get to and it is close to restaurants and shopping.

Loved it clean great remodel and pet friendly and for a smoker direct access to outdoor area from your room. Staff was wonderful. Great pool area and breakfast bar. There are several resturants located nearby and 4 with in walking distance.. It was overall a really great experience and I am a very picky person where cleanliness is associated. It doesn't get any better than the experience we had staying here for the first time.

Stayed here a week to explore the area. We were very satisfied with the hotel's location, facilities, staff and location. In fact the hotel's location was excellent for touring Fargo, as well as eastern ND and western MN. Easy access to many fine restaurants.

The hotel was very nice compared to past hotels my wife and I stayed at. If you are looking for a hotel with friendly staff, and lots of amenities like hardware stores, fitness centers, visitor center, hospitals, and plenty of15 plus restaurants in a 3 mile range of hotel that was clean. this may be the hotel for you. I am planning for a future return when I return to Fargo north Dakota. Thank you Best Western.

Manager was the only person on site and there was no other rooms available with roll in shower. We went for early dinner while the room was cleaned. Rate adjusted to make up for our inconvenience. Good job!

Manager went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant during a rough time. THANK YOU! Great property all around. Breakfast was enjoyable, Pool was nice even though it was closed due to Covid. Well worth the money.

Elevator broke down when we checked in. Had to tell staff. They just put up a sign and said it wouldn't be fixed until next week. Fire alarm went off and staff let people stand outside for 45 minutes knowing it was a faulty alarm. We had to tell the staff to let us and the other guests we could come in. No fire department called. Lightning out and staff let people continue to swim with fire alarm and lightning going off.

We were in Fargo for a wedding and my hubby realized when we got home that he forgot his dress shoes in the hotel room. I called and talked to Lisa and she located the shoes, boxed them up and sent them back to us! Not only was the hotel room sparkling clean, breakfast just right, but the customer service: above and beyond!

This Best Western lived up to what we came expect from Best Westerns! This was the first hotel of this trip that had every amenity. The whole property has a great decor and very comfortable feel. Pretty good exercise room and topped off with an ample breakfast. At just over $100, in a downtown area, it's a great value . . . but, only on a weekday. Standard price gouging goes into effect on weekends. Because of this practice, and the elevator was inoperable, it lost out on its 5th star of this review.

I loved the wildlife themed decor. The swim area looked fun, although I didn't use it. The kids seemed to really enjoy it. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I slept like a baby which is hard when you're not at home. The continental breakfast was great too. There was a lot of variety, although not having a waffle machine was a little disappointing. Other than that, this was a great stay and I would totally recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

This is a wonderful property....a breath of fresh air after the horrific experience we had at the Best Western we stayed at in Laurel, MT. I had vowed to never stay in another Best Western again after that horrible experience! They should not be allowed to carry the brand name Best Western. Then we came to Fargo and this hotel is absolutely wonderful! Rooms are clean, the decor is wonderful, the beds are comfortable, they have a beautiful lobby and the staff are professional, friendly and well trained. I'm thinking of staying another day just because I love the environment! Complements to the staff, management and owner!

Very nice facility with a good bag breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms felt open and inviting with a nice conversation love seat in addition to a king bed. Lobby area had log decor and was spacious and inviting.

this Best Western is oh so clean, Fargo it seems, I came or i could have stayed at Wyndham too, or Choice its all the same but i thought and fought and sought so bought a night of needed rest as i have picked out best westem' in Fargo its the best I got a gal i love in north not south dakota her name is Kelly inn the town near Minnesota the border two miles to Moorhead Fargo-ota their lot had plenty spots to park my toyota whooo knewww! i stayed through covid they were prepared too! preordered breakfast to-go bags picked up to ordah there was plexiglass up and masks bless their aorta! and they let me in to swim because one was the quota indoor waterpark to swim off the breakfast kiddie slides dump buckets hot tub water freshest its pricey for N.D. but worth it says wise Yoda for large clean rooms waterpark budget flexes no ghosts from the movie “Fargo” present vexes whoooo knewww? guess who lived here yankee legend Roger Maris hey Fargo, you're right on!

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. From the lobby, to the carpet in the room, to the floors, grout in bathroom, beds, sheets, counters, toilet, bathtub, breakfast area, all SPOTLESS and sparkling clean. Quiet rooms. 2 queen room was not very spacious and that is the only reason for the 4 star review...felt a bit claustrophobic for a family of 3 with a dog, was disappointed the hotel didnt offer 2 room suites with 2 queen beds...the only separate bedroom suites had just one king and a sofa bed. I wish the separate bedroom suites had another real bed instead of a sofa bed, that would have been ideal. Grab ‘n Go breakfast was great! No buffet bc of covid but you got to select what you wanted each day, hot and cold items, all fresh! You fill out a breakfast sheet for each person each day of stay for breakfast. Coffee in breakfast area was delicious and super hot. Pool area is great for kids. Pool was packed with people on Friday and Saturdays. Glad we stayed Thursday and Sunday so we could swim and enjoy the pool with much less people. Awesome and helpful staff. Very pet friendly, dogs allowed in all rooms. Great bedding and pillows. Will definitely return. Excellent property. Would have been nice if the hotel would have recognized our Anniversary and Birthdays (that we were celebrating there) since we did let the know that was the reason for our stay.

Everything was great but the only thing I'd change is the pool temperature. It was pretty chilly. They allow pets which was great because we have about a 60 lb dog and there was no pet fee unless of course your pet wrecked something. Also they have us a room on the main floor and had a door outside where there was a pet area and bags for you to use to clean your doggie doo doos. Will definitely stay again. My kids loved it.

The hotel was listed as a Best Western Plus. Unfortunately it didn't come up to the standards of other BW+'s we stayed at int the past. Overall, the hotel was clean which was greatly appreciated. However it was showing it's age. The hotel does offer a fun pool for families.

Excellent decor everywhere. Felt it was more of a 'destination' feel than a regular motel. The pool was fabulous with more of a special park feel. Outdoor theme was very fun and great for kids. Staff were friendly, courteous. The breakfast arrangement was great with both hot and cold food prepared especially for each room. You placed your order at the time of check-in. The breakfast crew were wonderful. Definitely go there again. I travel quite a bit and this was one of the best places I have stayed.

Really enjoyed every aspect of my stay! The entire team of staff members were so friendly, efficient, and shared lots of good information. The hotel and room were spotless. Big, relaxing tub and well appointed room with lots of amenities. Everyone wore masks in the common areas and there were lots of hand sanitizers located through the hotel. You can hear some road noise in the rooms but it wasn't too loud. I personally like a softer bed so if I was going to offer a suggestion it would be to upgrade the beds or add pillow tops. Overall, great stay, great people, great Covid protocols, great hotel!!

Love the decor and pool area for kids! We had another hotel in Fargo and their pool wasn't working so we switched and are so glad we did! The front desk staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind! What a pleasant surprise in Fargo, ND!

My family and I had to come to Fargo for medical appointments. Traveling with kids is never easy but this hotel was great! They provided a packnplay which was a tremendous help. The size of the room was perfect too! I loved that the floors were not carpet. The staff was so kind and helpful when we needed more towels. We will definitely be staying here again!

If you want a great place to stay with the friendliest customer service this is the hotel for you. We have stayed in this hotel for years and have always been amazed at the customer service. From the minute you walk in the doors to check out they are always friendly even in these difficulty time. They make you feel safe with limiting the number of people in the pool area and making sure everyone has their time in the pool . They have done great with keeping the breakfast safe. The lobby is always clean and very welcoming. The rooms are such a nice size. I like the rooms with no carpet as they do feel cleaner. I think this hotel has done everything they can to make you feel welcome in this difficult time. A great hotel.

The hotel and staff were awesome, our room was clean and well stocked. We had a jacuzzi tub which was wonderful. The hotel location was close to everything we had planned. Will happily stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful lobby and breakfast area with North Woods decor. Wood-carved bears scaling log beams and raccoon and bear footprints in the tile were nice touches. The bedroom is large with comfy beds. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink and vanity. Kids would love the indoor pool with its slide and other water features. Because of Covid, each person filled out a menu the night before breakfast, and the food was made for you and waiting at your designated time the next morning. However, no one working at this hotel was wearing a mask.

Room had a very rustic aesthetic. Front desk provided us with a sheet to place a to-go order for breakfast the night before. Had several options, including hot breakfast sandwiches. We requested vegetarian sandwiches and the request was filled without issue. The lady serving breakfast was friendly (and wearing a face mask). Unfortunately, she was the only hotel staff member we observed wearing a face mask during our stay. Other hotel guests and staff were not asked to wear masks. This property was listed as following enhanced covid-19 protocol, but it was not uniformly enforced.

Hotel is comfortable, reasonably priced, has wildlife and equine décor, and is located close to fuel, food and shopping. Always impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and well manicured lawn, trees, and shrubs.

Great hotel that is located right off the interstate. Checking in was fast and friendly! The room was nice and clean! The kids loved the pool! Breakfast was ready in an individual go-to box with whatever you chose the night before.

We stayed here the night we arrived in ND, and again the night before we left. I choose it because it's in a good location, close to the interstate. It also is not far from the airport (maybe a 10 minute ride). I thought the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, pretty quiet. For breakfast, they have you fill out a form with your choices and return it to the front desk the night before. It's ready for you the next morning in a brown bag to take with you to your room or as you leave. We didn't use the pool but it is open. It looked like it needed a good cleaning though.

This is an amazing motel. Beautifully decorated, roomy, the alternate breakfast is amazing with many options to choose from, fun pool area for kids, the BEST pillows and comfortable bed. Our family of three enjoyed our time here.

Rooms were comfortable enough and clean. My 10 yr old loved the pool with fun "lily pads" to to climb across and a water slide. Younger kids (toddler) could be separated from older kids. Really liked the lodge-like atmosphere. Location was excellent with a very good restaurant attached to the parking lot and an assortment of businesses within minutes.

The decor at this hotel was unbelievablly beautiful. Location, staff and rooms were all wonderful. It had the atmosphere of an upscale resort. We will definitely stay here from now on. We had a great experience.

Amazing hotel! Cute decor, very clean, and fabulous amenities. The room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable (the best hotel bed ever, good pillows, soft linens). The A/C worked well. Good shower pressure and soft towels. The kids (8 and 11) loved the waterpark. The exercise room was top-notch. The light switches were lighted, which was a nice touch. We stayed there during COVID-19, so we got breakfast bags instead of the regular breakfast but they were outstanding - lots of good items (that you order the night before) including hot breakfast sandwiches that were super tasty. Nice employees.

I called hotel & booked a whirlpool 2qu room. Do to pool not able to use. My autistic daughter & I were meeting family due to medical issues. Checking in was only 2qu no whirlpool. Asked frnt desk, no such room exhisted, only room w/whirlpool is king. To change to room w/whirlpool would be double rate already paid. Discouraged with hotels honesty when booking. On our way back to Canada during the Virus scare, we decided to stay here. We had room 322 a 2 Queen Bedroom. The decorating was beyond lovely. From the designor shower curtains to the sink area, new fridge with proper freezer, new carpeting,comfy sitting chair, desk area, to the beautiful decor bedding and comfy beds, couldn't have stayed in a nicer room. Because of the virus, they gave out breakfast lunch bags. A nice touch. The Hotel is close to the West Acres Shopping Mall to use another day. Abbey

BW Plus Kelly Inn in Fargo is a very nice hotel. I love the bears that decorate the hotel. The pool is great if you have little ones, my grand-daughter came over and had a blast. The breakfast was very good.

Very well kept facility. Great employees who are always willing to accommodate your needs. This is the only place we stay when visiting Fargo, nd Great price and the kids love the pool area. The breakfast was great variety and hot!

My husband saw photos of this motel and convinced me to stay there! We did and I'd definitely stay again! My kids loved the pool area as well as the "lodge" feel of the motel! We got a suite and it was more than enough space!

We love tge cabin decore, tge snacks in tge late afternoon were a great idea. The hotel is clean, the staff were very friendly. We staid in a handicap room and it was great. The parking right outside the door was perfect. There were a couple of restaurants right near by.

Great rooms, ambiance and staff. I sleep in hotels on a regular basis and this is my go to in the Fargo area. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are just right which is very hard to find. Ask for Annie she knows all!

We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western. It was very clean, and the decor of outdoors and fireplace in the lobby made it a very comfortable relaxed feeling. Love that. The breakfast was also really good. I also am very happy with the check out time at noon the next morning so we didn't need to get up so early and be in a rush. We will definitely be staying here again when going to Fargo.

Our primary reason for choosing this location was because of the water park.The water park is not that big, but adequate. We were there on a Saturday, so it was extremely busy. The grandkids had a great time. If this is not for you, the hot tub is relaxing. The check in and out was very smooth. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were large enough for 2 adults and 3 kids. The motel is very convenient for getting to from the freeway, plenty of places to eat in the area, and only minutes from the Fargodome. The breakfast area is not that large, but there is an additional area for sitting. The breakfast was very good consisting of hot items such as waffles, eggs, ham, and breakfast potatoes. There was also rolls, muffins, toast, yogurt, etc.

I've stayed at about 10 different hotels in Fargo this is my favorite, it's a beautiful property with a north woods log cabin feel, they have a beautiful lobby with little details like the animals in the tile, a huge fireplace, wood bears on the outside like they're climbing the side of hotel, they had beer, wine and tacos for happy hour, my room was also beautiful and I felt appreciated with the upgrade because of my diamond status, loved the decor, log type furniture, beautiful artwork, a jacuzzi tub, I really didn't want to leave, I noticed a fun looking water park for families and a nice exercise room also, will definitely stay again

We had a great stay, we had our dog with us and the hotel was very pet friendly. Pool was great for our kids, they things to do for our 4 year old and 2 year old. We were also very pleased with the staff who were all very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

There were 50 of us staying at this hotel for our teams hockey tournament. (20 children 30 adults) that can get very loud and messy and the team working was so very understanding and helped make our stay the most fun. The size of the hotel was perfect, not too large and. Not too small. Some parents originally wanted a bar in the hotel but it didn't matter because wild bills was in the parking lot. The party room was large enough for everyone to have space to hang out and the pool was perfect size.

Back story, I have been traveling to Dr. appts for the last 15 yrs. Every month for the first 5 yr and every 3 months for the last 10 yrs. This is by FAR the CLEANEST place I have EVER stayed at. Friendly and helpful staff. There are a few food places within walking distance also. Will be staying here again. Location was very safe feeling also.

We spent a Friday night at the BW Plus Kelly Inn and Suites with our 2 grandsons. This place was perfect. We have a king room with the sofabed. The room was large enough to give the youngest room to crawl around the room. The bed was comfortable. The sofabed didn't look too bad. The only thing I saw with it was they needed to do a little cleaning beneath it as there was a piece of cereal down there. The bathroom setup was nice. The shower and toilet were together, with the sink in the room area. That made getting ready in the morning a lot easlier. The front desk staff was very friendly. We forgot to bring milk for the youngest grandson. I went to the front desk twice, and they gave me a cup of 2% milk so we had something to put in the bottle. They also had an extra swimmie diaper so he could go in the pool again. The pool was the best part of the stay. It's designed for kids. There's 2 slides, a water cannon, a ladder and pads to crawl across the top of the water, buckets that tip water into the pool, and a hot-tub. The kids loved the pool. With it only being 3 1/2 feet deep at the deep end, the depth was just right. There were plenty of towels to dry off with. The breakfast was delicious. They offer different hot items each day, like sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and so-forth. They also have cereal, waffles, muffins and pastrys, along with toast and tortillas to make a breakfast buritto. Everything was delicious. However it gets a little crowded during busy periods as the seating space is limited. I would definitely recommend the BW Plus Kelly Inn and Suites if you're looking for a place to stay with kids. I'm looking forward to the next time we can bring the grandkids to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in with very nice people they also have an awesome BBQ place right next door wood you can walk to good food in the morning I'm very easy staff.this is an a nice part of town and near the highway which makes it very convenient if you're traveling through.

Best western Kelly inn & suites. My preferred location in Fargo. I have stayed there at least a couple dozen times over the past few years. Never had a bad experience. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool very much.

Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beds and pillows super comfy. Free breakfast was good but nothing special. Rooms are a good size. Really like the big counter in the bathroom area. Rooms have a good sized fridge.

Very appreciative and happy, helpful staff. We were sad we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. It looked so fun for kids. Some in breakfast area told us how warm the water was too. There was nothing extra special about the hotel other than this and the very nice staff.

I may have low expectations of hotels, because I've stayed in some doozies, but everything about our stay at this hotel was positive. The room was clean and comfortable, the kids had a great time at the pool, the water in the shower was hot and high pressure (seems basic I know, but you don't get that everywhere), and the free breakfast in the morning was superior in both quality and variety to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. It was a very good stay.

I appreciate the patio door on the ground floor units. Swimming pool area is great for kids. My granddaughter really enjoyed it on our last trip. Good location. I prefer this hotel for all my trips to Fargo. I usually have a trailer, and their parking lot is big enough to maneuver with a trailer.

My girlfriends and I have been going to Fargo twice a year for many years now. The Best Western is our go-to hotel. It is always clean and quiet and the breakfast never disappoints! There's a selection of hot food and cold choices. The area is large enough to not be crowded. It is kept clean and well stocked. If something is out the staff are always around and quickly restock it for you, however it is hardly ever necessary to ask! The rooms are large and nicely decorated, they easily fit the four of us and all our shopping bags!

This BW+ is neat and clean. Front desk clerks were efficient and helpful when suggesting nearby restaurants. Hotel is walking distance to 2 good restaurants. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean. Nice shower, plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are soft. Breakfast was adequate, nothing extraordinary. At 8 a.m. food area was crowded as families were trying to get food for their children. I suggest eating earlier. Our one night stay was very good. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The building is beautiful. Especially the massive wooden beams. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was typical of mid-grade hotels, nothing too special. Chipotle was a short walk away along with some other good looking places. Overall a good stay and restful night's sleep.

This best western is by far the best one we have stayed at. My wife and I are platinum rewards members, we stay at a lot of best westerns. This hotel is by far the best to date from the great staff to the amenities and the comfort of the rooms. The rooms were immaculate. They offered room service from a near by restaurant. Upon check in we were given a paper that had a lot of great info on it. The bed was clean and comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. If we every stay in Fargo we will definitely be staying here!

It was a wow type of hotel. The beds and room was very spacious. They even gave you ear plugs Incase it got noisey outside hotel during the night.the reception staff were friendly and approachable . The breakfast in their restaurant was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed in the Moose Tracks room as a mini getaway for my birthday. The room was very clean and quite large. The hot tub was wonderful and so relaxing. The free breakfast in the morning was also quite good and there were a lot of options to choose from. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The pool was excellent for kids. The reason I'm only giving the hotel 4 stars is because my experience in my room 302 was unpleasant due to it being located over the pool and the amount of noise I experienced from when I checked in to when I checked out. Also the quality of the beds are not that comfortable and it was hard to regulate the comfort level of the air in the room. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices for everyone.

Nice clean and quite place to stay with family. The rooms were nice sized and comfortable beds. Our kids love the fun themed pool area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was well maintained and clean.

This BW Plus is the very best one I have ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The interior is beautifully decorated throughout. The room and bathroom was very clean. There was free hot and tasty snacks along with veggies and dip and free adult beverages were included from 5 pm to 7 pm. The morning hot breakfast was outstanding. Check in/out was easy.

Apparently, you have a lights out or tv off time at this hotel. We received a call for a complaint that we were watching football and cheering for our team. The most rediculous thing ever! Breakfast really is about as generic and taste less as you can get.

I was checked in quickly by a pleasant young man at 130 am. Room was clean and comfortable, not to mention beautiful and roomy. Breakfast was the only thing lacking due to sugar and carbohydrates being in everything except the eggs!

Very nice rooms and everyone of the staff people from the front desk to the cleaning Staff and the food staff are very kind and professional. I feel that the Customer Service you get here is something they should be proud of. Because I feel good customer service is very hard to come by these days.

We were in Fargo visiting family. I room was nice and clean and being on the first floor we had an outside entrance (which was really nice for our elderly family so they didn't have to walk through the whole hotel). They had great breakfast options and the kids loved the pool. This is where we will stay from now on whenever we come to town.

I love the log cabin look and feel of this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. There are many breakfast options and it is delicious! Definately a place I love staying at, and will be back!

This hotel was conveniently located to where I was working. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or within a short drive. Shopping is close by as well. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. The rooms are very clean, nicely furnished. My only complaint was poor water pressure in the shower. I'd stay there again next time I'm in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel outside and inside, we really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place. Room was comfortable, clean, WiFi worked well. We were disappointed with the location of our room, right above the pool area on the 3rd floor. No fault of the hotel for having guests enjoy the pool space but we could hear every scream and yell from the kids in the pool below form check in at 3-4pm right until closing at 11pm and then right again at open 8am. We do sleep with ear plugs so managed to not have our sleep interrupted but for light sleepers or those early to bed and late to rise this would be a big disturbance. Suggest asking for a room not above the pool for comfort sake.

We have been staying at best westerns for a while, we have driven across canada and now across the Northern USA staying at hotels. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The pool was amazing we celebrated our sons 7th Birthday there. If you are ever going through Fargo I recommend staying at this Hotel.

This is about the 6th different hotel I've tried in Fargo and perhaps my favorite, the room was awesome they upgraded me to a suite and I loved it, the north woods decor and layout was perfect for 1-2 people, they had beer, wine and a snack for happy hour and very clean everywhere I looked, I will definitely stay here again

Liked the option of having a lot of HBO channels to watch and a good TV line up. Nothing worse than to stay at hotel and not have a good TV. Breakfast buffet.

Friendly staff, above average breakfast, and most cool hotel pool I have ever seen! The room was clean, good size for the 3 of us, and even though there were a lot of kids in the hotel, we did not hear a lot of noise.

Very nice, well kept property. We were locals that needed a place to stay after just moving out of our place but needing a place to stay in Fargo for the night. With a dog - pet friendly for a lab retriever. We were very impressed with this property. Knowing that this hotel has been around in Fargo awhile, it's in great condition! Our room was on the first floor and we were able to take our dog right out of our room with an access door to the outside. This was very awesome! Pool - hot tub area was nice. Breakfast was good. We walked across the parking lot to Wild Bills for a quick supper, this was great and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially with pets! We hope that all of the hotels we choose as we are moving cross country are this great for us and our dog!

My wife and I stayed here for the first time and I can tell you it wont be the last! We were greeted by Kim at the desk and she welcomed us as Diamond members which was a nice touch. It is a lovely hotel very upbeat, it has a fantastic pool with a huge splash park for the kids. The room we had was wonderful. Nice and large, the bed was very comfy and the pillows were delightful. The bathroom was large and easy to move around in. The breakfast was very nice. A good assortment of dishes of eggs, breads etc. The woman in charge made sure to say good morning to everyone. Lots of good coffee! It was quite easy to get to with lots of parking. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa A. and her team made us and others staying at the hotel feel very welcome and appreciated. Thank you to everyone there.

We took our chances with this Best Western since we had no idea where to stay, and it turned out to be a good decision. The staff was great and so was the property. It has a very nice lobby and breakfast area. A very western feel. And we happened to arrive in time for the manager's happy hour. Snacks, wine and beer. The room was very nice, too. We'll be back when we're in the Fargo area.

This hotel continues to be our choice destination when in Fargo. We attend a number of events in USA throughout the year and find this hotel to be an amazing choice for us. The staff, rooms and services are above excellent and we always feel welcome.

The reason I had to write this review was that the beds were so nice. Just the right mix of firmness and softness. Both of us thought the same about the comfort of the beds. We saw the beautiful water park in the online photos and thought that would be great for our daughter to play and the hot tub for us. :-) The breakfast was great with several choices and the room was clean and fresh. The pool is busy as it is an excellent place to stay with families and the hotel staff that I talked to were super nice!

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Ok breakfast, but more fruit choices other than banana would have been appreciated. Will stay again. The afternoon reception was good too.

I am a Platinum level member, I stay in BW all over US and Europe. We added "No pet room" in the advance reservation made online. We checked in, the room smelled like a large dog had been in there and they had sprayed air freshener very heavy to cover. All rooms booked so no others available. When the room got warm, it was like staying in a scented kennel. Next morning manager Erin said the request for no pet room didn't come through. I have never had this happen in any other BW, and she made no effort to fix that in her system. She refused to give any restitution for a unclean room. Just said "I'm sorry we are a pet friendly hotel." Avoid this BW, there are others in the area, assume all rooms have an animal smell.

This was the best experience we have had in any hotel. The hot breakfast choices were delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly, the hotel was inviting with fun decor, and the pool was extra fun!

We left South Dakota and the National Grasslands, came through a massive storm, and found the Kelly Inn to be a wonderful refuge after a harrowing experience. Staff is great, breakfast was awesome. We did not use the pool but it looks wonderful for families. We will stay again!

Years after seeing the famed movie, we made it to Fargo and were not disappointed. A lot of the town is because of Jazz and the people who came there. The Walk Of Fame near the replica of the famous chipper (from the movie) is nearby. The actuall movie chipper is inside the visitor's bureau. The hotel is the perfect place to stay and as others say, the rooms are very spacious and service was great. Price was below average for this type of hotel but the price and location brought us there.

Fabulous environment, clean quiet rooms and very comfy beds! Would recommend this hotel to families and to couples for a nice relaxing get away. The pool area is perfect for children of all ages!!!!!!

The entire hotel experience was great! The kids loved the pool, the parents enjoyed the Manager's Reception and everyone enjoyed the room and the breakfast in the morning. The area around the hotel is filled with every type of shopping and food one could desire and downtown Fargo has some fun things to offer, as well. If you're staying on a night that offer's the Manager's Reception, go! You won't regret it. They put on a pretty good spread of free appetizers with a good selection of wine and Bud Light beer. We enjoyed many glasses of wine and had some good munchies to go with it. The breakfast included a delicious waffle maker, varying hot food choices like scrambled eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes, on top of bread for toast, muffins, donuts and bagels. They also had yogurt, fruit, cereal and oatmeal. They even hosted a large spread of toppings for yogurt, oatmeal or waffles. They also had apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, water or some fruit flavored water. This was by far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel! If I could change anything about the hotel, I do wish the hotel pool was a little bit bigger with a zero depth area for the real young swimmers (the most shallow part of the pool is 1.5 feet deep, which was great for my 5 year old but still a little deep for my 2 year old) but a deeper swimming area for the adults. I know, I know, I'm asking a lot here. Secondly, the beds in room 308 seemed a little soft and lacking some support. They weren't terrible, by any means, but my back was sore in the morning each night we spent here. Again, it wasn't too bad and we will be back. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our time at the BW Kelly Inn, Fargo!

This BW is above average. It was super clean, it was a large 2-bed room. It was CLEAN! The decor is like a resort cabin with little bears peeking in through your outside window. Kids will love the WATER slides/features in the pool. The best BW I've stayed at yet. I almost cancelled my member rewards based on the horrid filth at other BWs. But, this changed my mind... for now. The ONLY complaint I had was that breakfast was a madhouse and the staff couldn't keep up with dirty tables and dirty floors. Otherwise, highly recommend this fun and clean facility.

It was our first trip to North Dakota and we like BW, so it was a natural choice. When we got there, we were amazed at how nice the hotel was - beautiful lodge theme - and how roomy and spacious it was.We didn't have our kids with us, but there was a pool with lots of great slides and fun things for the kids. There were adult-only hours there in the evening, but we had other plans. Room was great, breakfast was yummy, front desk was super friendly and helpful. It was a perfect blend to make our weekend relaxing and fun.

We were traveling with our dog so needed a pet-friendly hotel. Check in went smoothly. Our room was on the first floor with both hallway and outside entrances, which was great for taking our dog out. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool, but it looked like a great attraction for families with kids. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent service, location, amenities, etc. I generally stay at BW properties as a rewards member and generally they are good, however this one is the best of them yet. The prices was exceptional, was able to park right in front of my room, restaurant and lounge in the adjacent property, easy access to the highway to be back on my trip. Definitely recommend!

This is a classic Best Western with a small, indoor water park that is suitable for the under 10 crowd. Even with little kids running around, our room was quiet. Quality at Best Westerns is consistent, and this property was no exception. Standard hotel breakfast that was kept restocked as needed.

I loved everything about my stay. The room had many different options to make your stay great. The breakfast was delicious and it was a quite, relaxing stay. I absolutely loved the décor all around the hotel. The pool was so much fun with all the different features for kids.

We stayed here for the Fargo Marathon, the hotel was nice and well kept. My little one enjoyed the pool area. We stayed in a suite and it was huge!! They had breakfast out for us at 5 am. We will be back next year!

I really enjoyed this hotel. There are so many benefits to enjoy here, and although we did have an issue with our room, it was handled perfectly. 1. Location: This hotel is located right off of the interstate and is located in a rather busy suburban neighborhood, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. 2. Service: Fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and it is evident that they take lots of pride in their jobs. I'll explain this in more detail below. 3. Room: Great. We stayed in room 220, a standard room with two queen beds. First of all, these rooms are huge, especially compared to other chains. There was so much room to walk around and we weren't constantly bumping into each other. It was also updated and well-decorated. A fridge and microwave are provided. However, we had one big issue. There was LOTS of pet hair on the carpet, particularly under the desk. It was absolutely disgusting, and it seemed as if the room was not vacuumed. We reported this to the front desk, who sent the manager up to vacuum. The manager was friendly and apologetic, and vacuumed the entire room for us. 4. Amenities: Excellent! There is a small water park onsite (didn't use). They also provide a free breakfast, which was great and had lots to choose from. The evening reception was the best part. There was a huge variety of snacks, including meatballs, vegetable platter, cheeses, onion rings, nachos, beer, and wine. This was served by Vickie, who was EXCEPTIONAL. She took a lot of pride in her job and went out of the way to make sure that the guests were having a great time. Other: – When reporting the pet hair all over the carpet, we were told that this hotel does not have designated pet-friendly rooms, so a pet could stay anywhere in the building. Most places typically allow pets only in certain rooms so people traveling without pets can enjoy their rooms without worry of animal hair or possible allergies. – The entire facility has a lodge theme, and the decor is extremely attractive and modern. We had a great stay here. The managers reception was a blast, the rooms are big, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The dog hair in our room was our only issue.

We were stuck in a crappy hotel that was so bad we needed to lose the money and get a new room somewhere else. These guys were so accommodating and kind it was unbelievable. Clean rooms, a great breakfast in the morning and a nice swimming area. Everyone was really friendly. If we're ever in the area again- we'll be staying here for sure.

Visited Fargo and stayed one night at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites in April. from check in to check out, everything was perfect. From a great room to their indoor pool area and Manager's reception, everything was first class. We will certainly return next time our travels take us there.

One of the nicest hotel properties of any chain that I have ever stayed at. The value I received was beyond compare!!We arrived with no reservation and were warmly greeted.The beds pool breakfast and the appearance of the hotel will not let you down!!!

The children loved the pool perfect for 8 year olds as the water isn't too deep. There is a hot tub! The continental breakfast was good and staff kept the area clean well stalked. Our hotel room was simple and clean. The whole hotel has a cabin feel with wood decor and pine furniture. They have a fitness center and vending machines. The located was convenient for shopping close to the mall. I would recommend staying here. Rooms were clean had basic amenities.

Close to mall of America with convenient shuttle. Large pool area with children's play area. Pool is open long hours, Good for swimmers but makes for loud poolside rooms. Lots of good to say about hotel. Only drawback is the continental breakfast is like cattle at a feeding trough.

Really nice place to bring the family for a short weekend away. the front desk staff were very helpful during check in. The pool was clean and tons of fun for the kids. I will definitely be staying at the Best Western in the future.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had always thought highly of it. This stay, however, was not typical. Our child has always enjoyed the pool there. But this stay, the pool was so crowded, my son took one look and said he would wait until it was less crowded, which didn't happen until about 10pm. We noticed that there was a sign in the lobby directing people to a birthday party. In my opinion, it isn't okay to sell passes to the pool to the public on a weekend. During the week when a hotel is less crowded? No problem. Went to the breakfast area in the afternoon for a cup of coffee, and guess what? A birthday party was going on in there too! Hotel guests should ALWAYS come first. We felt like we came in dead last. Also, we noticed in the morning that housekeeping staff was watching the comings and goings of hotel guests as they were cleaning rooms. We had to leave for the day, and feeling uncomfortable with the situation, we took our valuables with us. However, we did take a phot of the inside of our suitcases when we left so we would know if they had been gone through. And, yes, the perimeter of the suitcase had been gone through. The stuff on top and in the middle had not been touched, but all of the stuff around the perimeter had been moved. Needless to say, we did not have housekeeping come in our room the next day. One morning we were awakened to the constant barking of a dog at 7am. This went on for at least 30 minutes straight.....probably when the owners went to breakfast, leaving the dog alone in the room. Speaking of breakfast....we literally waited in line for 25 minutes to make a waffle. After making said waffle, there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat it. No choice but to take it back to the room. So disappointed that this place is no longer what it used to be. We will not be staying again.

From being Completely pet friendly, to the late night adult swim, this is a hotel we would return too. The hot breakfast does end early though instead of the typical 11am. So for those who sleep in you may miss breakfast. All in all though, room was clean, well kept, the furnishings were quant and comfortable. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but not to the point that I lost sleep. Definitely recommend.

The overnight lady, Deb was awesome!! My groups of friends didn't really have a place to go and hang out, she allowed us to hang out in the lobby/breakfast area. She was a very nice lady that we enjoyed speaking with. Great job Deb!!

We stayed at BW for a hockey tournament. We had a group of 60 people. They were very accommodating to what we needed and our kids had a great time in the pool! Breakfast was good and it was close to many great food options and shopping as well!

Angie is just the nicest receptionist/employee. Just a dear. Again, just the best. The service was impeccable and the managers reception was great too. Also I really like the bears and the fireplace :)

We have certain expectations when traveling. We stayed in the woodlands suite and they blew it out of the park for room expectations. They had all the basic accommodations for my family of 5 and really loved the fact there was a comfortable table and chairs for our in room dining and the fire place topped it off. Bathroom is very nice and has plenty of room for alone time with the wife. All in all would definitely make this our place to stay again

We had a group of 30 people at this hotel at once. There were also some other big groups that were staying at this same location. Very well handled by the hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going through Fargo. Great local restaurants.

This was a really nice hotel, and for the cost you can't go wrong. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, nice nightly reception as well as a decent breakfast. Also the location has easy access from the interstate. I will be back.

Beautiful hotel and professional staff. I appreciated the front desk staff who helped me with a go bag which included some fruit, bottle water, yogurt and juice. Very clean, comfortable bed and I was surprise that the pillow were also comfortable. I didn't have to go to my car and get my own. :-)

We were recently at the BW Kelly Inn in Fargo for the Woodchipper's Buffalo Wild Wings Peewee B Tournament. Our stay in Fargo was enhanced by our stay at the BW Kelly Inn. Great staff who dealt with 14 12-yr old boys running roughshod about the place. They handled out group with good patience and a good sense of humour. We had missing kids, a plugged toilet and a serious game of "mini-sticks" in the 3rd floor hallway which was all handled with a smile and patient understanding.A special shout out to Deb, the night shift manager who after shutting down the late night 3rd floor mini-sticks game while the parents were pool-side and the humour to remain patiently quiet IN the hall waiting for the boys to re-emerge from their rooms thinking the coast was clear. As one kid pokes his head out of the room door he was greeted with a firm "Stay in your room!" Good on you, Deb! Well done.

Annie, the front desk clerk, was superb. She was very friendly and professionally competent.We got stuck there in a blizzard and she handled all the last-minute changes and requests perfectly.We sat in the hot tub and super fun pool watching blowing snow.

We've been coming here for a number of years for my daughters and grandkids and for my in-laws family Christmas. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We've had good times here. Highly recommend this place. Great place for a family event or just here while passing thru.

I often travel with pets always like to stay at Best Westerns and have had good luck. This might have been the best one I have ever found. The pet policy was perfect! The room had an inside and outside entrance which was wonderful for my puppy. They also have a managers reception from 5 to 7 pm I believe. Free wine and beer to go with pulled pork sandwiches, cheese and crackers, veggies and dip, pickles and more! If I ever have reason to return to Fargo I will absolutely stay in this hotel again!

Excellent location for shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes from Scheels Arena. Wonderful indoor pool for the family. Lots of room to enjoy a hot breakfast before heading out for the day. Very very clean. Rustic homey take your shoes off kinda place. Loved it!

I arrived early in the morning to a windy chilly day. When I checked in I was called by my name & the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very tasteful & filling. The bed was just like home I called me to a good nights sleep & very quiet also!

We stayed here with our two small dogs on Thanksgiving. Our room had an additional door to the back parking lot where the potty area was located. Very convenient and also ground level. Made unloading the truck much easier rather than having to haul everything through the lobby and down some hallway. The room had a cozy decor, was clean and had comfortable beds. I especially liked the little "cradle" for the TV remote that assured me that it had been cleaned. Very nice touch! We were just a few doors down from the pool area that is really more like a water park. It was really busy with families and kids enjoying the slides, water cannons, etc in other words: tons of things to keep kids entertained for hours. Breakfast was much better than most hotels with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage among a lot of other choices. Overall, the decor of this hotel is very appealing: northern woods, lots of exposed rocks and logs, fireplace. Just.Plain.Cozy. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, shopping, whatever you need. In the future, we will most definitely stay here again. The fact that this hotel is also pet-friendly is a HUGE bonus.

a great place for family to get together. this is our halfway point from Minot to Sioux Falls. we all meet here to swim and go to the local restaurants. well maintained and clean.the pool is shallow for the kids and they love the water slide

We stayed here this weekend while visiting our daughter at NDSU. The location is close to everything, NDSU doesn't only has a couple Hotels within walking distance of the Campus, but with the weather it was easier to be close to Scheel's & the Mall. The Hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. The Breakfast area can be crowed depending on timing for breakfast. The pool area is perfect for families with younger kids because it has several activities for the kids to have fun with, like Lilly Pads and water slides. The families that were playing in the pool were having fun. The Hotel uses a light bulb in the bathroom that flickers when it is turned on, I talked to the front desk thinking there was an issue and it is the light bulb they use and they were very nice about it. The rooms are the standard Best Western Plus rooms and are very relaxing and comfortable. We will stay at the Hotel again on our next visit.

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn and Suites is a wonderful stay for many reasons. The room is large with plenty of storage, very comfortable beds, extremely clean, super quiet, a friendly/ professional staff at the front desk, and their prices are quite reasonable. The breakfast is nice, but a very unexpected surprise was a Manager's Special in the early evening. It consisted of a variety of wines and beer to drink with many choices of cold and hot appetizers. We thought all of it was great!!! When we got home we realized that a personal pillow was left in our room. Annie answered the phone. Annie was amazing with us in the hotel and on the phone. She graciously took the information that described the pillow, soon she called back saying it was found. We received the pillow in the mail in a few days. Thank you very much!!! I can not thank Annie enough about her professional and caring attention.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Normally in a room with two queens, this time we had a king suite and we didn't want to leave it was amazing! I highly recommend getting the king suite!! The breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly!

This hotel had clean, well-equipped rooms with microwave and refrigerator. The pool is only 3 feet at its deepest which is not ideal for adult swimming, but it is a great pool for kids as it has lots of fun things for the kids. Adults enjoyed the whirlpool. Excellent hot breakfast is included. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Close to West Acres Mall.

This place is great! Designed like a hunting lodge - the room was clean, modern and cozy. Evening managers get together included cocktails and light bites while breakfast included everything from eggs, waffles, ham, fruit and much more. Super friendly and helpful staff. Located a short distance from restaurants, shopping and fuel. Stay here!

Comfortable Bedding, clean facility. Evening Manager's Reception with wine, beer, and appetizers was friendly and welcoming. First floor room had seperate entrance at the front which made it convenient to load and un-load the vehicle.

This was a great hotel in Fargo. We arrived about 6:45 pm and the Manager's Reception ended at 7:00 pm but the desk clerk encouraged us to check it out. The person serving the reception was very friendly and offered to keep the items out for us even after 7 pm. They had wine but also sodas. They also had pizza, nachos and cheese, chips and dip and other appetizer type foods. We had enough that we didn't need to go out for dinner. The room was large. The only con was that there were no plug ins on the lamp bases. The lobby is decorated with a log cabin motif. The pool is not just water but a playground with slides and water spouts. The breakfast was good with hot dishes served. They even give you a menu for the week at check in.

We stayed here for a family reunion. The location was excellent. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved the pool area. They were very accommodating to our dogs. We will definitely stay again.

We were here for only a single night to break up a long drive, so unfortunately, we didn't get to settle in to enjoy their amenities. This is a very nice property. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool looked amazing with lots of features. Had we been staying longer, we would have gone in. Breakfast was your typical fair: cereal, eggs, toast, etc.

The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites was a wonderful place to stay for a few days on our little shopping trip. The room was comfortable with lots of room. The amenities were great for couples or families with a fantastic pool area designed for kids and adults alike. The continental breakfast was great with hot food choices, cereal, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. During the week they host a managers reception between 5:00 P.M and 7:00 P.M. where they serve beer on tap, wine, pop & snacks such as: vegetables with dip, potato chips, chicken wings, etc.

My young family and I had the tremendous pleasure of staying 3 wonderful day's at this exceptional hotel. From the moment we checked in the wonderful front desk hostess made us feel welcomed and valued. Although we arrived slightly before our scheduled check-in time, our hostess could tell that my children where very eager to get their bath suits on, and make our way down to the in-door waterpark. As a tremendous show of courtesy we were given a separate room to use, until ours was ready. This way our kid's could wait in the one place they wanted to be... THE POOL!!! Helpful Money Saving Tips for the Traveling Family: Unlike most downtown hotel's who charge $20 per day for parking. Parking at the Best Western Plus is always free, and very secure. The buffet breakfast is also free (unlike some hotel's in the area), and his very hearty. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles, are always on the menu. For Mom and Dad, there is a "Managers Reception" every evening between 5pm-7pm, which again is completely free to attend. With plenty of free finger foods and adult beverage's to go around.... did I say it was FREE! The in-door waterpark is open early 8am, and stays open late as well 11pm. There are plenty of tables around the pool to enjoy a pizza with the family at... which the amazing staff a the front reception will be more then happy to arrange for you! Sure, there are many hotel options throughout the area, however, I have yet to stay at one that impressed me more then the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites did! My family and I use Fargo quite frequently as a jump-off point for a Discount Airline not available where we live in Canada, so I can say with a 100% certainty, that we be continued guests at Best Western Plus. Make the right choice for YOUR FAMILY AS WELL!!!

We stayed 1 night on a driving trip. The hotel appears rustic. Parking was free and the lot in front had plenty of space. The room was nice (the sink in a separate room from the toilet/shower). The breakfast was standard fare. There was a BBQ place and an Italian restaurant next door. A brief drive to the tourist sites and downtown (that was under construction when we were there).

This place was perfect for our family to spend the weekend. The best thing that we liked was the location. It is right off the interstate, and was close to all the things we wanted to check out in town: Space Alien Grill is nearby (along with a lot of other restaurants), Kroll's DIner is a few blocks away, The Welcome Center (check out the Fargo woodchipper from the movie on display as well as many celebrities handprints in the cement outside) is also within a couple blocks. It's very easy to get downtown and the zoo is also super easy to get to from here. That took out a lot of stress from our mini vacation. The room itself was nice and clean - we were on the first floor and while there was an inside door from our room into the hotel, there was also a door from the parking lot into our room which was so convenient as we were coming and going and could use that outside door instead of walking all through the hotel to get to our room. Also made checking out a breeze with all our stuff to carry to the car. The pool area was a fun place for little kids to play, although not much for older kids and adults to enjoy, but for us, that was okay. I'd definetly stay here again!

This is a great hotel for families with smaller children. The pool area/small waterpark area is great for smaller children and could entertain them for hours. The breakfast wasn't bad but definitely could be better. The room was clean and nice. Good hotel but a hint would that a lot of sports teams like to stay at this hotel so expect a lot of kids while staying there.

My children and I just love this hotel. The rooms are always clean. The pool is always well kept. Our family enjoys doing staycations. And this is definitely one of our favorite places. And we just love The Rustic decor. The breakfast has a great variety and is always hot. We have never had a problem. And definitely plan on being back

Stayed here twice and service is always great. Clean rooms! Most importantly the bathrooms are cleaned properly! My kids loved the pool area and the bears on the windows outside! Highly recommend this if you're ever in Fargo!

Upon arrival there were 2 girls sitting at the front desk. Neither acknowledged my presence until I said I would like to check in. One girl rudely asked my name and slapped a paper on the desk for me to sign. She quickly went through everything and handed me my keys. Did not tell me to enjoy my stay or anything like that. Acted like she was truly unhappy to be there and to be bothered. We went to our room, keys didn't work. Went back to the desk, initial girl who helped me did not move or acknowledge my existence. The other girl apologized and helped me. We got in our room, it was nice but at this point my stay had already been ruined by the lack of hospitality. Son called room service and was put on hold forever until I finally told him to hang up and call a different number. Which answered right away and helped him. We had to call room service later to request bedding, the wonderful girl who checked me in brought the bedding and literally threw the bedding at my son with a very angry look on her face. It was hard to keep the temperature in the room comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold and there was some kind of clunking coming from the fan in the bathroom all night keeping us up. I will never be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and apparently we were supposed to get some wrist bands for the pool but never did. We agreed it was not worth going to the desk asking about them just because we didn't want to deal with the girl at the front desk. So we never did use the pool.

We stayed for 3 nights here. Very comfortable bed, excellent spacious clean rooms, with microwave and fridge.Our room was ground floor and had a convenient door to the car park. Awesome breakfasts, changing each morning. Would have liked to see more brochures of things to do in Fargo, but visitors centre was not too far away.

Our second Kelly Inn, and it was as nice as the first. We were once again impressed with the detail inside and out. Even though there had been a power outage Kristina was calm, cool, and collected. She provided us with recommendations for supper, but warned the entire neighborhood had been without power. We had a nice stay and will stay here again if in the area.

Our room was as clean as a whistle, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Our room was very quaint; decorated in an outdoor theme. Towels and bedding were spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented a suite last night.... the room was so beautiful, I had to wipe down the bath before it could be used, but everything else was perfect until we discovered the air was stuck on cold and high. It wouldn't turn to heat or a lower lever but it was late and I just unplugged it to try and sleep but got so hot I had to plug back in so it was a long night keeping to hot or to cold. But overall was ok stay, just wish we knew about the broken air before it was so late and we were so tired and didn't want to move rooms and all that...

Great hotel and close to shopping. Staff was very friendly and room 211 is amazing! The out door theme is far different than the other hotels in the area. Very clean and good breakfast too. Can't wait to come back.

Stopped here on way to Canada. Love this place. Staff is awesome. Very friendly and had nice advice on where to eat and shop for necessities. Cant say enough about staff. We loved the pool area and lily pads and slide. Very cozy motel, clean and comfortable

This place was beyond expectations. Our room was spacious, 2 queen beds, a table and 4 chairs plus a fireplace! The bathroom was huge with separate tub and walk in shower. Loved the tile in the bath. There was a manager's reception in the evening with complimentary beverages and canapés. Breakfast in the morning was the usual fare. Overall a fantastic visit.

The Front Desk staff did a nice greeting, room was wonderful, really enjoyed the lodge atmosphere. Right across the street from the venue I was needing. Breakfast was good but cramped space, liked the overflow option. Very pleased and will return whenever in Fargo!

We travel extensively...stayed in well over a 1000 different hotels. The most insensitive customer service was experienced here. Booked the hotel for a weekend for us and my toddler grandson and his parents. Called the night before to request an early checkin to allow my grandson a place to have his afternoon nap. They told us it should be okay, but we should call in the morning to confirm timing. We called at 11:30 on day of arrival and requested an early check in time. The lady that answered was very abrupt, told us no checkin till 3 and hung up on us. I assumed we must have been accidentally cut off. When I arrived at noon she pointed at the sign that said 3 o'clock and then ignored me. I asked her if there was any way she could check with housekeeping to see when the room might be ready. She refused. I asked if there was any way she could call us when the room was ready. She refused. Needless to say, this does not reflect well on their customer care. There are many other hotels in Fargo that still believe in customer service.

The hotel has a cozy lodge-like feel both inside and out. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was better than most. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel is just a couple of blocks from the famous Fargo wood chipper.

Rooms were clean, comfy breakfast was ok Only problem we had is where are room was located. Asked to be closest to the pool / hot tub and I do not think they could have put us farther away. 2nd floor just about as far to the north end as we could get But other than that met some nice people there

We stayed one night on our way to Minneapolis. This hotel is so amazing! The kids loved the theme and the water park. The Italian restaurant room service had great food, and the location allowed for numerous other options if one wanted. We would definitely stay here again without considering anywhere else!

I've stayed at this hotel at least 5 times and I've always been very satisfied with everything. The staff is excellent. The staff is SO good that they even deep cleaned the rug for 20 minutes while I was standing there because I have pretty sensitive pet allergies. That is super service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is fair. And you'll feel like you matter here. Don't go anywhere else. This is the best place in Fargo. I will definitely return again and again

We stopped on our way to Minneapolis for a one night stay. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff very friendly. The hotel pool is amazing, we have a 6 and 8 year old and they had an absolute blast. They have a small workout room but it has everything you need to get in some exercise while on the road. The breakfast was large, delicious, and had plenty of options. This will be our go to hotel anytime we are in Fargo from now on.

So, checking into this hotel, I had fairly reasonable expectations. It met them fully. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was acceptable. Would I dream of spending a great vacation there? No. Would I go back while traveling for business? Certainly. I also noticed a pool area with activities that kids in the hotel seemed to be enjoying thoroughly.

We stayed in the Horse Whisperer suite again and it was absolutely amazing. The kids enjoyed the pull out bed with the fireplace and tv right by them. They also enjoyed the jetted tub full of bubbles. The pool is shallow and may be a bit boring for older kids but ours (3 & 6) absolutely loved it. We plan on coming back for a two night stay next time. The rooms are always quiet and when we tried to book another night in the suite the front desk staff were very helpful as to when or if we can book again.

Close to shopping and dining and love the great breakfast and decor!! Friendly and helpful staff!! Stay here twice a year for several years now!! Happy Hour is a bonus!! Can't wait until next time!!:)

The Kelly Best Western is a modern Inn with a great location. You are close to dinning and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms can't be beat. The pool although geared for family fun is clean and ready for use. The happy hours make our stay as we meet other travellers and chat. Breakfasts have never disappointed. Great Place to stay

We picked this hotel mostly for the pool, and it didn't disappoint for my kids (though there was a shortage of towels!). Breakfast is not as extensive as some other hotels but was adequate though seating is very limited and tables are only big enough for 4 people. Food at the managers special was again not as extensive as other hotels (chicken nuggets, cheese bites, raw veggies, chips, crackers) but did include free alcohol so bonus! All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant. The biggest issue is really the noise. Not much the hotel can do about kids running around and slamming doors and stuff but you will hear everything so if you need a really good nights sleep this is not the place for you! (We stayed Sunday-Tuesday). Wifi was also not terribly reliable which (though I know it sounds a bit first world problem) is kind of a must!

We went specifically for the kids so we weren't really looking to fill all of the adult needs. The pool was great but heavy chlorine smell and eye irritation. The bed was great, the room was decent, really didn't have much staff interaction but they seemed welcoming and willing to assist. Breakfast was horrible but I understand that overwhelmed employees tend to overlook time to speed things up. Price was a lil high for the weekend but overall it wasn't bad enough to keep me away.

Called hotel to see if we could get early check in totally understand that it wasn't possible because they were sold out the night before, we where told check in was at 3. So we arrived at 2:57 told our rooms were not ready it would be a bit. Front desk staff were rude & told us they were short staffed so that is why our rooms were not ready. Asked to talk to manager but there wasn't any in that day. With all the problems they were having why didn't they have one come in especially on a busy weekend? Finally got checked in went to pool area there were no pool towels, Birthday party going on which was stated that no parties on weekends. You couldn't even move in the pool area because too many people. Seemed like they were understaffed the whole night/morning because towels weren't even in pool area even the next morning I had to go to front desk to get some, breakfast food was not replenished. Went to front desk for paper plates & the staff that helped me was using a floss pick..... unfortunately we will not be back! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It wasn't any cheaper then other hotels we have stayed in Fargo area.

Haven't stayed at a Best Western in a long time (not sure why) and was really impressed here. Room was clean and lots of space. Very comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast looked really good with many great choices. The pool area was really cool with lots for the kids, and the later time for just adults was appreciated. Also loved the decor, very nice and homey. Last but definitely not least, the staff was super nice and very helpful.

Myself and a group of friends booked a block of 6 rooms for the New Years weekend. The rooms were beautiful and very roomy, the staff was great (allowed us a late checkout) and the breakfast was delicious. The price was better than more mediocre places down the road and it was a great value for the dollar. We've stayed at the c'mon Inn (with a terrible experience) and the Hilton Garden Inn (good experience but much pricier) - this is our go-to hotel in this area. It's nice and close to Costco and the other big box stores we like to visit.

Beautiful decor-great location. We have stayed at many hotels this last year, and it has been so nice to be able to have consistently good hotel stays with the best western hotel brand name. Also-be a rewards member!

I booked and stayed in a king suite to celebrate my daughters 4th bday. the mini water park was great for young ones, hotel staff great, and if bfast in morning was great. wristbands for pool are limited to 6 but they gave us an extra for an adult to supervise. will definitely stay here again. room was very clean and spacious. rate was great for amenities and quality of room. thanks to best western Kelly inn for making my daughters bday fun and memorable!!

Did not intend to stop in Fargo but weather determined the decision. Since we are members we chose BW and we're very pleased, clerk was willing to match internet price and room was warm and comfortable.

What a nice find--loved the charm and lodge feel of this hotel! I researched many hotels in the area and after staying here they now feel so "corporate", while this felt like a homey spot. I almost always choose a Hilton property because I know what I'm going to get--but I'm so glad I tried something new! I was looking for the best pool in town for 2-7 year olds; and we definitely found it! The water features and layout were outstanding. It was also nice that there's a Little Caesar's close by so you can put more fuel into the kids! ; ) The pool can also be rented--a birthday party of bigger kids and adults came in; so be sure to enjoy it if you get it to yourself and/or while it's quieter!! What a treat! We didn't get to try breakfast; but did love the accommodation of taxi service to the airport. While an Uber was fairly easy to get in Fargo, I thought this added to the "you're a guest in our home" feeling of this hotel. Everyone that worked in this Best Western was so friendly--from the front desk to the housekeeping staff; smiling faces and a real focus on customer service!

The hotel is wonderful, clean, and well decorated. The only issue we had was the exterior door was a bit drafty, but nothing terrible. The location is very convenient for anything you want to do in Fargo.

Our family met in Fargo for a Christmas gathering and spent 2 nights at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us - the hotel is cozy, clean and beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about our stay - we will be back!

I stay here when returning from Alaska or Canada. What a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The décor of the hotel and the rooms give it a lodge style atmosphere. The pool area looks like a great time if you are traveling with kids.There are numerous places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel. Have coffee or a drink next to the large fireplace in the lobby.

This was a great place to stay. The hotel was nice and quiet and very Clean. Great Breakfast. First time there and will definitely stay there again. The beds were very comfortable and close to all the shopping you want to do and really nice restaurants near the hotel.

A clean hotel. Great location that is close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. There is a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was good, normal waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. The pool area is great for kids. Wifi was a little slow.

My husband and I booked into this hotel on our trip. We always stay with Best Western, and this hotel did not disappoint. The decor is very much like a wilderness lodge. The king room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff in this hotel are very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is great, and I love that tea/ coffee is available in the lobby at any time. The manager's reception from 5pm to 7pm is a nice touch, available Monday to Thursday. Snacks, beer, wine and soft drinks are provided. The pool area is very geared to kids. A nice pool for smaller kids, with 2 slides one in the shallow end which is 1.5 ft deep, and one in the deeper end which is 3.5 ft. There are buckets that fill and dump, water guns, and water that sprays in the shallow end. There is also log stepping stones with a net overtop, which older kids will enjoy. Adults will enjoy hot tub. The hotel is located close to all shopping. Our stay was very enjoyable! Thanks to the wonderful staff.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fargo area. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the amenities offered are above and beyond. We just stayed for Black Friday and we didn't have to leave the hotel to obtain all the sales flyers. They have them right there for your convenience. They have a great complimentary breakfast. We have stayed here numerous times and have never had a negative experience.

We keep coming back to this hotel because of its cleanliness, great staff, extremely comfortable beds, large rooms, complimentary breakfast and fun atmosphere at the Manager's Special from 5:00-7:00 from Sunday to Thursday nights.

We love to stay at this hotel when we travel home from Florida, and this year we have had the opportunity to stay on our southward bound journey. The staff are always friendly and courteous and the amenities are well kept and extremely clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

What a beautiful hotel! We especially loved the multitude of carved black bears in various climbing poses all over the exterior of the hotel. The interior is also done in a lodge theme and is immaculate. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The internet worked very well. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely stay here again when we come back through Fargo.

The rooms were large well furnished and extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing. We were there for a family gathering with lots of children. About 10 of us from out of town stayed at the hotel but we used the conference room for a get together for about 50 2 evenings in a row. It was so helpful to have the buffet in the evening (free) that was in the dining area for people who were coming in from their day. I can't think of a better venue for this type of event. Just great!

I personally could do without the wilderness theme of this hotel. It is not exactly my cup of tea. But at least they did not have and stuffed dead animals hanging all over the walls. Just lots of pictures of wild animals and of galloping horses. The lobby also have furniture that is made from rough cut trees.

Got a king room, with Jacuzzi tub. Room clean and well furnished. Although pool is only 3.5 feet deep, they did have an adults only time at 11 pm til 1230 am. Big hot tub, but cement steps which were pretty rough, so careful . Kids loved the pool, had a slide and other fun things

Easy access off interstate, lighting was great to find the Best Western . check in was fast, rooms were everything you need and staff avail if you required anything just let them know, rooms were very comfortable, food avail in the restaurant, nice lounge area when entering, lots of parking, felt very secure checking in and staying on site, was to tired to check out the rest of the motel but would stop there again on my travels!!

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, and neat. Our 2 girls LOVED the pool area. They offer a great breakfast and if you stay during the week, you might be able to participate in the managers reception. Which offers, appetizers, adult beverages and drinks for the kids as well. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would absolutely stay there again!

We chose this hotel because of the pool, and it was really nice. A little bit overbearing for the little ones but it's perfect for kids a bit older. Wonderful staff, everything was very clean, awesome breakfast.

The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn and Suites in Fargo North Dakota is a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and professional and did a nice job at both check-in and check-out. Have stayed at several Best Western Plus Hotels and have never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend staying at these hotels. Great breakfast and some even have a happy hour!! Always have had pleasant staff on check in and out. They have always helped with anything you requsted

We arrived late in Fargo during our cross-country trip from the west coast. The check-in was professional and friendly, and we liked both the property and our room. The bear and moose motif decor was engaging and amusing, and certainly unique. Our room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is the breakfast, which was standard American fare, nothing healthy, and served on disposable plates with plastic cutlery and not even real mugs for coffee. Not that the coffee was drinkable. Seems we west coast guests are pickier about our food and coffee.

Hotel is comfortable and clean. The pool is fantastic for family fun. Exercise room is clean and well maintained. We had trouble with the free internet in the room. I called to inform them but staff didn't seem concerned that it didn't work in room and did not inquire to see if problem was resolved. Service otherwise was sufficient. But staff could make a little extra effort saying hi and welcoming guests when you re enter hotel during visit. I was disappointed that staff did not ask if I was Registered in their reward program, and when I was checking out I had to ask if I could enrol in their reward program. Still not really sure what the program is about but hopefully I will find some info.

Wish I could've stayed longer! What a fun place just to walk in and see. Felt like a kid in a Western. Immaculate room. Attention to every detail. That can't happen unless management and staff all care. Would absolutely return!

We always stay at the B/W Fargo when we travel east of Montana. Great people, great rooms, great breakfasts what more could you ask, we love the place. On top of that they have a great location, easy to get to !!

My two sister's and I stayed here for the wedding expo that was in town. I really enjoy staying at Best Westerns. The staff were friendly and nice and the room was great. We had one that went right outside and really liked that. Was definitely a bonus for us. Our only complaint is the breakfast. While we were really looking forward to it, we were disappointed and wish we would have went elsewhere. The breakfast area was a disaster, there were a lot of things that weren't stocked (granted I know Sunday mornings are busy, but the stuff never got restocked while we were down there), no came out to check on the breakfast area or tidy it up. The breakfast area in general is just too crowded (something definitely should be done there). I used to work at a Best Western as well as a couple other hotels and I know that especially on weekends you should have a designated breakfast person to keep up with it. Other than the breakfast everything else was great.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for one night. We where on our way to a resort in Minnesota for a family reunion but didn't want to make the drive in one day so we drove to Fargo and stayed at this hotel for the night, we are traveling with 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and the pool area with the basketball hoop and hot tub was just what we needed. We are a very athletic family and sitting in the car doesn't go well for us so it was good that we could play and use some energy. The room was very clean and very spacious. Breakfast was decent although the lady running it didn't seem to excited to replace literally everything because it had ran out, that took a while, but oh well we managed. Good hotel in Fargo near a truck stop and the interstate.

We stayed two mid-week nights in this hotel in Fargo. It is located in an out of town strip with a number of others. Good choice of restaurants and local brewerys within walking distance. Ideal choice if you want to be out of downtown.

Loved this hotel, so comfortable and clean. Our fireplace did not work and the jetted tub was broken, but since the hotel itself was so nice we did not care. We did not report the problems. Our room was large and beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again.

The hotel over all was excellent! The check-in what is seamless! The value we got for the price we paid was exceptional! The staff was professional and very courteous! Breakfast was much better than what you normally receive.

Nice hotel, good location too bad internet worked 2/3 days and heat did not turn on first 2 days. Staff are good and room are clean and being a Best western reward member is a nice feature. Really like the BW plus they're clean and comfortable. we would consider staying there again even though this time a couple things were not working was still a pleasant stay

The staff were very friendly and we loved the style of the lobby. You also get the ‘North Dakota' theme in the room, but it doesn't feel dirty or overdone. The rooms are huge, come with everything you'll need, and felt cozy. Would definitely return!

Great motel. Cordial staff, great rooms with plenty of space. No heavy coverlets - blankets! Very good breakfast and Happy Hour! Easy to reach and restaurants within walking distance. You won't go wrong staying at the Best.

We travel extensively for our business and we take our dog with us. This is one of the best pet friendly hotels we have stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful - it was a great stay!! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Our hotel was very nice. They had a manager's reception that was just closing when we got there, but they let us get some food and wine anyway. Our room was very comfortable, as well as our beds. Breakfast was good the next morning also. The rustic/western decor was very nice.

The Staff is really friendly and they make your stay welcoming. Rooms and Decor is nice. Good place to have a kids B-day party with the pool they have. The nightly Managers get together is fun, food and drink for free how can you beat that. Value is fair.

This motel is very Impressive , always clean a great location close to shopping and a great restaurant next door. I have stayed many times and never had any problems.The Staff are Great to work with always friendly and helpful. I like the social hour from 5-7pm have met some very nice people while staying with the BW kelly Inn Fargo ND i highly recommend this Motel!

This Best Western tops all hotels we have stayed in! Walking into a well appointed cabin was just a small example of what our stay was going to feature. Huge stone fireplace between front desk & lounge/breakfast area. We learned each floor has an animal theme in decor. Our room was oversized, super comfortable & decorated nicely, including the Moose over our bed! The staff is beyond friendly & helpful, from front desk to maintenance people working in & around the hotel, greeting you, assisting with doors etc. The pool area is very family friendly with tree trunk slides, basket was thru the bear hoop, buckets of water dumping & water cannons & floating stumps! We would highly recommend this resort as it is the best Best Western we have come across!

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. The accommodations were great. The desk staff was great. The lady in the breakfast area was quite unpleasant. The pool area was very clean. Would stay again and hope a different person is working breakfast room.

spent one night coming off a 700 mile ride. warm cookies upon arrival and great breakfast offering the next morning. loved the huge lobby. friendly staff . lots of places to eat within 5 minute drive. excellent pool and hot tub. spacious quiet room . we will be back again

I was in town for a conference at another hotel but decided to stay elsewhere due to the cost. The Best Western Kelly Inn on 17th Ave. was a very pleasant surprise. The room had a king bed with a lot of extra space. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The morning offerings for breakfast were simple, but good and more than just waffles.. In the evenings they had a "manager's special" Monday - Thursday for a couple of hours serving hot and cold appetizers. After a half+ day at work and then 4 1/2 hours on the road the evening appetizers were more than enough to satisfy any hunger pains without having to go out and face traffic again. The room was more quiet than numerous hotels I have stayed at, The bed, for me, was they only negative: it had the common one sided trough due to everyone laying in the same spot. Not enough to ruin my stay though. The Staff I encountered was always very pleasant, friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay again.

I like this hotel. Overall they keep it very clean and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is very consistent - good, not excellent but does the job. It is very handy to all the shopping outlets. Nice quiet rooms & comfortable beds

We always stay at this hotel when in Fargo. We arrived before check in time and because there was a very short delay locating a clean room(we didn"t mind the wait) we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. It was so comfortable and quiet. Very easy to relax after a long day of driving. The hotel is located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. This will continue to be our hotel of choice in Fargo.

Great place to stay from the minuet we checked in and were told about the "managers welcome" which was Free Wine and Beer and tasty Appetizers! It was perfect since the kids were starving it bought us some time. Pool is great kids has a great time jumping the floating logs in the pool. Hot tub was nice a relaxing. Room was spacious, beds were good, and clean. Lots of tv channels and good ones for kids. Breakfast was ok kids loved the waffles. Great location just off the main shopping area and close to lots of food options Soace Jnvaders a stone throw away. Next time we are in Fargo we will stay here.

After a week long trip through the Midwest, staying in a different hotel chain every night, I was so happy to arrive at this room that was the cleanest of them all! Firm, yet comfy, beds. Friendly staff made it a pleasant stay. Didn't use the pool/spa area, but saw them cleaning it and testing the water the day we checked out. The only negative (and I hate to mention it because everything else was superb) was the breakfast room is too small. We won't hesitate to recommend this facility. In fact, we have already told three of our friends who visit Fargo frequently to give BW Plus Kelly Inn a try. They won't be disappointed.

The room was extremely spacious and breakfast was delicious. The pool has its own little water park with a large and small slide, lily pads, water buckets and a basketball net. Wonderful hotel overall!

We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed our time again. Front desk is wonderful, and the kids LOVE the pool area. Only wish is that the breakfast area had a bit more room to move around in -- it starts to feel really 'competitive' for space.

This place has friendly, competent staff who aim to please. I traveled with my husband, son and two service dogs. We had a large suite decorated in a western theme. The suite had a jacuzzi soaking tub, walk in stone shower, table and chairs for four plus two queen size beds. We had no interest in the water/park like pool, but young families were delighted with it. In early evening the manager held a meet and greet social with wine, soft drinks, cheese puffs, veggie trays, etc. The complimentary breakfast included western omelets, bacon, potato puffs, yogurt, cereal assortment, hard boiled eggs and juice choices in addition to coffee. It was an ideal location near businesses restaurants, and shopping. Traveling with service animals I appreciated the large field across the street where dogs could be exercised running free. It is clear that the manager arranged some things to please different groups of travelers some of whom were there for business meetings. We recommend this establishment and will be back the next time we come through Fargo,

The BW Plus Kelly Inn & Suites in Fargo is one of the best we have stayed in. They have great amenities and the pool is absolutely made for children. What I really liked about the pool area is from 11:15 PM to 12:30 AM is for adults only. They have a hot tub and you can bring your drinks into the pool area if you so desire. The only negative I have about the pool is that it is too shallow throughout the pool and therefore if you actually wanted to swim, you cannot. The free breakfast is excellent (hot and cold foodstuffs) and the employees are very helpful.

The place is great! Wonderful for children because their pool has a slide, water buckets that fill and drop water, a basketball net at the pool edge, and a "moving" island rope cross. There is also a hot tub. The pool has an adult only time allotment from 11:15 PM to 12:30 AM. The breakfast has hot and cold foods and it is included in the cost of the room. The decor is interesting - "cowboy" themed. Would definitely go back there.

This property is fabulous. It is beautiful atmosphere and staff and amenities were awesome. They offer an evening buffet of hot snacks ad beverages and vegetables that quakify as an excellent dinner. They have an awesome breakfast. If you need to stay in Fargo ND this is the place to stay.

We like to take a trip to the US each August, and we love staying at this hotel. The decor is so unique - we were told there is only one more like it, in Billings Montana. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are so comfy. My friend is gluten free, so it is extra special to have them provide breakfast options that she can enjoy. We really love the effort put into the whole atmosphere of the hotel - and the location is perfect - close to everything, but not close to big highways, so it's not noisy

Beautiful motel with lovely decor. Staff very helpful. Fun place to bring our grandkids (6 & 3). Pleasant breakfast area to eat the scrumpious meal. Even an overflow area that we could go for coffee when our friends came to join us. Great kid friendly weekend get away.

I stayed here over the weekend during a recent business trip. What a nice hotel. I stayed in a King room with both interior and exterior entry into the room. There are a LOT of places to eat and drink within a five minute walk. There is an indoor waterpark that the other guest's kids were having a ball with

I paid for a single room but when I got to the room I found that it was right across the hall from the elevator. I went back to the desk and told the girl that room wouldn't work for me due to my being a very lite sleeper. She gave me a suite at the single room rate with no questions asked. It was a great room and a great stay.

Stayed for a convention in Fargo for 4 nights. The motel was in a great location and had lots of eating places, and shopping for me in my spare time. Very easy to get around and find places. I have been here a few times and always look forward to coming to Fargo.

Front check in to check out great service, food, amenities, pool area, very professional staff. If I had to say at least one negative, it was hard to find, the website said it was within walking distance to Paradiso so I assumed I should be able to see it so did not bother to GPS the location and unless you are a power walker you are no where near the Paradiso. I loved the room, besides getting lost a few times looking for it, great place.

A great hotel in every way. A beautiful "wilderness themed" lobby. A clean and large private room, handsomely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. A very nice pool area and work out room. The breakfast was quite good with eggs, ham, and potatoes along with cold cereal, etc available. We were traveling with our toy poodle and we had a ground floor room that had a door into the parking lot and a door into the lobby. Very convenient.

After a long day traveling West on Motorcycles, my friend and I checked into this Best Western and were greeted by a very personable Annie. She was absolutely wonderful to us even though we looked a bit grimy from our ride. We were situated in our room in no time and found the room to be in very good order and spotless. The A/C worked perfectly and was already set to a comfy temp, unlike most places that we stay. Most places turn off the A/C and the guests walk into an oven. Stay here and have a restful visit with no worries!

Pros: Very unique rooms, super fun pool area, easy access to 2nd floor rooms, elevator and pool. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Nice quaint seating area in the lobby. Breakfast area is nice. Love the wooden features throughout the hotel, in and out. Cons: very dark hallways, not much for seating in the pool area

Really great breakfast and water park for kids. Rooms were super clean. I arrived late, but enjoyed the adult swim time from 11:15-12:30 to relax. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed driving around Fargo, a very nice city.

Motel was clean. doors slamming early in the morning woke us up. pool was nice. breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. overall staff was helpful. ok for the price. would probably stay here again.

Second time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Rooms are clean, spacious(have been in a 2 bed queen size room, and 1 King size bedroom) and have never heard any noise from neighbor on either side. There is an Italian restaurant next to the Hotel, which has very good food. The hotel does give you a coupon to buy one drink get one free which is a nice bonus. There are other restaurants/fast food within a two block radius if you like options. Always enjoy my stay there. The continental breakfast is nice(eggs could be better not much taste, only negative of stay) The main shopping road - 13th ave is only two blocks away. Will stay there every time visiting Fargo for shopping.

great place to stay, beds were comfortable, clean and great bathroom. service was excellent. breakfast was very good check-in and check-out were very quick and front desk was very helpful. stay was very pleasant and would highly recommend it to anybody .

My first impression when we arrived was not very good. The people at the desk were not very welcoming, However...the morning person was delightful. The room was large & very nicely done. We appreciated the outside door to our room because it was so easy to unload the car. The decor was Northwest with knotty pine wood, bears, pinecones, and other western things. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

Chose this North-woods themed place because it was close to I-94 and there were several good restaurants nearby. The room was well appointed & clean although it seemed a bit smaller than some hotels and the pillows were definitely too soft. No fault of the hotel but there was a national high school wrestling tournament in town and lots of wrestlers were staying there. That made breakfast kind of adventure because of traffic and a fairly small breakfast room. Breakfast offerings were just OK. This would be a nice place for kids because of the fun, interesting indoor pool with various games and water play features.

I really got a deal on a upgraded room. Become a member it is really worth it as they treat you right .They have a managers reception during the week that is the nicest treat of any place around. very clean and never a bad stay in my 40 or so times there

I love being able to bring my dog, who is part of our family. I love the location of this Best Western with a fabulous restaurant located right across the parking lot. The decor is up North theme, very relaxing. The breakfast fabulous. The pool is built more for children, but that is okay -- I relax in the hot tub. Very friendly staff and CLEAN!

Best Western in Fargo is an excellent place to stay, only regret is not getting room 211... We booked almost 40 rooms here for 8 nights, the staff was very accommodating and helpful and didn't show any frustration with over 120 athletes running around. Thank you Staff, look forward to next year.

Great stay we were there just for the pool so low expectations of the hotel was overall good thin walls made it imposable to sleep in. Only did one night here. Could not of lasted longer i need my sleep.but the kids love tge pool so i will sacrifice sleep for there happiness.

Very clean, excellent service, beautiful hotel. Food was great, bed was comfortable. My 6 year old loved the pool! We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we pass through this area again. Great night's sleep.

The staff was very helpful, loved the decor and our room and the hotel was very clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet. The pool looked like great fun although we lacked the time to take advantage. Breakfast had a nice variety of items.

We stayed at this hotel after attending a birthday party in the Detroit Lakes area and were on our way to Ely, MN. The location was great as we were a short distance from I-29. We would stay there again but I would say a bit more attention to detail would be appropriate. The hotel is very close to an excellent rating. Rates were appropriate and the breakfast is standard fare. It is nice being able to grab something quick in the morning prior to getting on the road. Having breakfast at the hotel saves a lot of time.

This hotel had a nice, clean room. The bathroom was nice. The pool area seemed to be for kids only with a lot of pool toys. Staff at the front desk was helpful. The lady at the front desk when I went didn't seem super knowledgeable about the area but was still friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy this hotel. It is extremely clean and the décor and art on the wall were refreshing. The room was a good size. My only complaint was some noise from the pool late at night, pool is open to adults until 12:20 am although I was on the top floor the noise carried. If you are not as sensitive about pool noise I suggest this very fine hotel, The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great pool area, comfortable room, good professional and helpful service staff, good breakfast, decent Internet access, easy to get to off the Interstate - good AAA rate. tastefully decorated - very clean. Loved the manager reception in the evening with heavy snacks, beer, and wine. Skipped dinner after all the egg rolls and dumplings I ate that evening. You can access the Italian restaurant next door as room service - a great little feature for a tired traveler. I will gladly stay here again.

In our 17 day road trip this was the very nicest hotel/resort we stayed in. I did not want to leave in the morning and we delayed getting on the road until chick out time and usually we were on the road by 7:30 or 8 am. If any one is ever in Fargo and needs a place I highly recommend this Best Western.

Check in was great. Room look clean till you look under the bed at check out to make sure if you left anything. There was garbage and cup. The fridge froze all our stuff. Breakfast was good the first morning but second it was cold and nothing was stocked up poeple had to asking for stuff. The pool is fun for kids but the water was cooler and the smell really bothered our eyes. Plus they say one price on the cot and charged me a different. Don't think we will be back

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful the pool has a nice waterpark for younger children as well as a waterslide and lily pads for bigger kids the hot tub was nice and the rooms are large we rented the smallest room they had to offer with two queen bed's and it comfortably fit two adults and six kids

We had a nice evening at the hotel. Spent time in the hot tub. While our own son decided he was too old for the pool, its a nice mini water play area with two slides. I think most kids under 14 would enjoy! Quiet hotel and felt safe. Many places to eat nearby.

The Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites is a Great place to stay. It is easy to get to and the staff is Excellent. The rooms a clean and comfortable. There is a managers reception weekdays that is very nice. The breakfast is very good with lots of selections. I will stay there anytime I am in the area.

From the front desk staff (Erin), to the breakfast gal everyone was great. The pool is awesome for kids, noon checkout, great breakfast, pack n play cribs for no charge. Just a great experience overall. We'll be back.

The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is conveniently located with places to eat within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that the hallways are too dark and need more light.

While we only stayed for one night the room, service, meals were all excellent. We did not visit the pool area but as there was a children's party going on when we checked in, but it looked like it would have been fun for family's and appeared to be very clean, just like the rest of the place. Beautifully decorated, awesome beds. Have stayed here before and will do so again in the future.

We stayed here with kids. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was a good selection. My kids had a BLAST at the pool. Wifi was good too. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Nice hotel inside and out. Had managers welcoming from 5-7 with wine, beer and snacks. Pool is only for kids at 3 ft deep but hot rub is nice. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and filling. Staff was excellent.

Excellent rooms, great beds and pillows. Solid wifi. Better than average breakfast. Location near freeways and lots of dining options. Friendly staff. Quiet. This is a great BW. The pool could be a winter escape destination.

Stayed here for a night while driving back from our vacation. Check in went smoothly as we had an online reservation. The lobby decor was pretty and kids loved the indoor pool. Room and beds were nice. Breakfast was adequate. This one is close to I90 and best suited for our requirements.

Whenever I'm in Fargo for business I stay at this hotel. It never lets me down. There's a big pool for kids and a workout facility. Everyday there are different breakfast offerings. The location is easy to find and not far off either freeway.

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party at the swimming pool. It was a big hit! Great pool -- lots to do. Kids loved it! We stay the night at the hotel, too. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

I would recommend this hotel to others for price and convenient location off interstate. We had some problems with the food being cold at the breakfast bar and limited selection. Room was clean and adequate.

Wow. Better then we expected. Looks like a new hotel. Decorated in a lodge theme. Pool is for smaller children and not good for teens. Room was great, grounds were great. Located in suburbia, but lots of things of within walking distance. We brought a dog and had a first floor room with doors to the hallway and to the outside so we could take the dog out easy without having to walk him down the hall.

Always enjoy staying at this hotel, will definitely be back. I've been going to this hotel for quite a few years now and I'm never disappointed. Prices for rooms seem to be higher than other hotels though.

The place is very updated and in great shape. Nice pool for the kids with slides ; The beds are extremely comfortable.

This is one of the best places we have stayed on our trip up to Canada. We normally head north annually and this time decided to stop in Fargo on our way up to BC and so glad we did. We travel with our beagle so it was a delight to find such a fantastic, pet friendly spot. The rooms are spotless, spacious and well appointed, I love the "log cabin" motif. The location is excellent with several great eating spots within walking distance. We arrived in time for "happy hour, two hours" with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks and lovely hors d'oeuvres, cheese, chicken nuggets., vegies, chips, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful and even though we didn't avail ourselves of the indoor pool it looked inviting and enjoyed by those who were using it. This will now be our regular stop on the trek north.

This is my 3 time staying at this hotel with my family, it is very clean and quite. My children love the bears that are on display on the outside of the hotel. and love the pool as well. Plus the beds are great.

We were traveling across the country, with kids and dogs. This hotel was by far the nicest, cleanest and the decor touches are great. We would definitely stay there again would recommend it to everyone.

Would definitely stay here again, close to everything we needed. Easy to get to the FargoDome for the Fargo Marathon, close to every kind of restaurant you can imagine and close to West Acres Mall. Kids loved the pool!

My family enjoys staying at this location every opportunity we can. It offers great water enjoyment, hot and cold breakfast items to suit everyone's needs, and large quiet rooms. As a rewards member, my room was cheaper than any external booking site had to offer for this motel, even after a rollaway bed was included. Great place to stay with or without family.

Staff were helpful and very professional. Hotel very clean. Family friendly hotel with a great pool/water slide area for young children. Continental breakfast was great, A lot of variety for breakfast choices and beverages.

We stayed here on the kids last day of school. The place was very clean and he staff was courteous and friendly. We stayed in the king suite with fireplace and 2 bathrooms and extra living space. Worth every penny. Enjoyed the pool area with the kiddos. It was relaxing and fun environment for the family. And also right In the heart of where we wanted to be in Fargo. We will stay here Again!!!!

Our first stay here was not outstanding, but perfectly acceptable for our needs. We returned yesterday from a very uncomfortable one-night stay and will not likely try again. The first room we went to featured an overwhelming musty odor. We immediately requested another room and while it initially appeared satisfactory, we discovered as the evening wore on that we had a choice of freezing cold air blowing directly on us or sweltering heat. The difference between the two on the thermostat setting was one degree. The weather outside was not excessively hot, though it was humid. Not being an HVAC engineer, I have no explanation for the situation. I just know that we were not interested in moving our belongings yet again at 9 p.m. with no guarantee that things would be any better. In addition, while one bed was reasonably comfortable, the other was rock hard. Of the four pillows on my bed, I would have expected one of them to be comfortable, but, alas, they were all identically firm and too hard for my neck. Most hotels offer a variety of levels of firmness, but not this one.
