Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites

The lady at check-in was wonderful. She was helpful and was a great source of information. The room was quiet and very clean. The bed and pillows were excellent. The breakfast was well-staffed and kept very clean. There was ample well-lit parking.

The standard Best Western Inns (not BW Plus) are pretty basic. This one's clean with a helpful staff, and they exceeded my expectations for the complimentary breakfast (it was a little more substantial than the advertised continental breakfast, which usually means pastries and coffee). So that was good. One problem: the photo on the Best Western website misrepresented the room. They still show a photo of a carpeted room, but this one and others have moved to the cheopo faux wood flooring--uncomfortable to walk on and cold during the winter.

Comfortable, Clean and great customer service. Definitely recommend and will stay again. My fur baby thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well. Breakfast was even good. We were a late check in and I felt welcome and she was ready for us with a light on and she knew my name. I wish I knew her name at the check in desk.

Very clean and well equipped motel. The staff was very friendly. Well lite parking. Dependable internet.Handicapped room was well equipped.The location made it a perfect place to stop on our way to Arizona and the town was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We had a very nice room with a king bed. The towels were very plush as well. It came with a complimentary breakfast but we did not have time to try it. It looked like it was pretty average, but it did look like it had a waffle maker. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Fallon.

The hot breakfast was full of great choices. Good coffee. The hotel was walkable to local restaurants and was not far from the highway. Front desk crew was welcoming and nice. We will stay again in the future.

If you're willing to go outside of town or state where you're living and you're traveling whether for business or for pleasure I recommend Best Western Plus they're always willing to go the extra mile for you just an awesome place to stay everywhere you go

I use Best Western because they go the extra mile to assist the traveler, price is reasonable, and the rewards program is great. Beds have always been comfortable, and rooms are quite so one can relax without external noise.

I have stayed in Fallon several times, but never at the Best Western. I am so glad my two teenagers and I chose it this time! The staff made us feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast was wonderful - not just packaged items to go. Our room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the Fitness Center was out of commission, but I will definitely stay here again. It's in a great location, across from Safeway and close to great restaurants.

This hotel is in need of some renovation BUT that is exactly what they were doing while I was there. The a/c was a bit noisy AND I appreciated the white noise as my room was nearer to the main road. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

I really appreciated the amazing water pressure in the shower, 4 lovely clean pillows per bed, nice bedding, 4 nice towels, in room coffee with plenty of coffee, and convenient and well-maintained ice and vending machines.the price was higher than other comparable hotels I stayed in on this trip.

The manager has everything well maintained, clean and in working order. It shows in every detail of the facility. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Rooms were a little dark. The breakfast typical, but nicely presented. We would certainly stay here again.

On my way back to the Salt Lake area from yosemite I drove over Sonora pass east into Nevada. Spent the night in Fallon to begin the hwy 50 ride back. Got the stamp book to document my stops, and enjoyed stopping at the small towns

Traveling across country to Reno NV for our granddaughters High School graduation, we are trying to stay in as many Best Western's as possible because we trust them and the Best Western in Fallon did not let us down! Thanks for making us feel very welcome!

We were warmly welcomed and shown where to go and even given bottled water, snacks and delicious freshly baked cookies. Our room was very clean and everything worked well. It's a motel style place and not huge, but didn't seem outdated at all. Nicely located near plenty of food options. Breakfast was warm and tasty and had plenty of food choices. The breakfast room was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

I felt sorry for the Front Desk Girl, as the ONLY ICE MACHINE WAS BROKEN, AND BACK ORDERED, and she had to take all the Flack from Customers. Most Hotels and Motels will have 2 or 3 ICE Machines on different Floors, in case one Breaks. I wasnt Happy, but I didnt take it out on the Staff, as this was an OWNER and CORPORATE ISSUE.....If they said NO ICE, when I booked, I would Never Have Stayed There....PERIOD.

We travelled as four older women. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Kirby checked us in and answered all our questions about what thrift stores we should go to and the best restaurants to visit. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Everyone at the front desk was really nice, especially Alexandra! She was super awesome and helped me with a room issue and with a receipt issue. I'd certainly stay here again. Laundry was OK, I never had the breakfast, rooms were fine. Customer service made the stay better, thanks Alexandra and everyone else.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my dughter and our dog becouse water pipes at my home were frozen. The employees were helpful, professional and very friendly. Our room was clean and overall this experience iwas pleasant!

Alexandra goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. She is so professional, friendly, kind, and service-oriented. Hotel has recently refurbished the rooms with beautiful hard-surface flooring. Breakfast host keeps the breakfast buffet hot and replenished. He constantly cleans tables and keeps the area spotless. Housekeeping does a great job. Great new pillows are available for restful sleep. Cookies are in the lobby during the afternoon. You will love Alexandra, Tracy, the breakfast host, and this facility.

Stay on upper floor to avoid excessive noise from guests from rooms above. Hard surface floors and inconsiderate guests creating major frustration.would not stay at this hotel again for that reason alone

Casey reserved a room for me via telephone the day of my need for an overnight stay. He was professional, quick, and friendly. I asked if the rooms were clean (I am a bit of a clean freak) and he (correctly) assured me the rooms were clean. Almost every room I have stayed in as an adult has not had clean floors, even without carpet. The guest room I had was quite clean, even down to things like air vents. As I was driving north to Fallon, passing through towns with very dated and run-down hotels, I became very hesitant as to what this hotel would be like. I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly, if I hadn't talked with Casey, I doubt I would have booked this hotel. If I--or anyone I know--will be needing a Fallon hotel, I will definitely recommend this one.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were clean and in good working order. My pets were welcome. Check-in and out was easy. Price was reasonable. When traveling with my pets, I like staying g at Best Weatern, they make it easy and comfortable.

My wife and I were traveling from Southern California to Idaho with our 19 year old granddaughter. I booked a 2 bedroom suite on the Best Western website. After a long day of driving we checked in and went up to the room the clerk directed me to. It was not a 2 bedroom suite, but a single room with 3 double beds like a hostel or dormitory. I went back down to the desk and advised the young lady that she had given me the wrong room, that I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite. She looked at her computer and told me, that this is the room “they” had reserved for me. When I asked her who “they” were, she said hotels.com or Expedia or wherever you made the reservation. I told her that I had made the reservation directly with them, I.e. Best Western, and showed her the confirmation email reflecting that I had reserved a 2 bedroom suite. Her response was that the room that she gave me was what was in the “system” and there was nothing she could do about it. The next day I received an email with the charge for our stay charging me the price quoted for the 2 bedroom suite. I also received an email requesting that I complete a survey. I did, expressing my dissatisfaction and complaint about being charged for a 2 bedroom suite when I had been given a single room with 3 double beds. I received a response from an individual who identified himself as Kirby Stamps, Operations Manager. The response was, in large part, boilerplate, but said that they had changed my room because the prior guest had damaged it leaving it unrentable. The clerk had made no mention of this when I checked in. I subsequently learned from Best Western corporate that my room had been changed in the reservation system about 2:00 p.m. on the day we checked in. No one had bothered to notify me. He also said that I received a “10% discount off the original rate.” This was false. I was charged exactly the amount quoted on my reservation for the 2 bedroom suite. I responded to Mr. Stamps telling him that he was wrong about the amount I was charged. I received no response. After I returned home I contacted Best Wester corporate on June 1, 2022 and provided the customer service representative with all of the details. When I had received no response by June 24, I called again and gave the representative the ticket number for my complaint. She said that she would now take over the ticket and acknowledged that I had been overcharged. Today is July 12, 2022 and I have received no response. I would never stay at the Best Western Fallon again and, in light of the complete lack of customer service from Best Western corporate am not likely to ever stay at any Best Western again.

I stayed here again on my way back to Oregon. Although a little out dated, this hotel is well run and a good place to stay in Fallon. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, etc., etc. The free breakfast was okay as long as one avoided the imitation eggs that were scrambled (ugh). I'll stay here again.

This is probably the nicest hotel in the Fallon area. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Although I did not eat the breakfast, the description of the breakfast sounded quite nice with a lot of variety. Best and probably most important, the room was CLEAN!!!

this BW had a little age on her, but is was well maintained. the staff I encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. we had a little difficulty at check-in, but Chris got things sorted and had me settled for the night as quickly as she could. I think you'll enjoy your stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were terrific and the bed was comfortable. Was nice to have the frig to keep beverages cold in. Also like the fact that there was a microwave although we did not use it.

I was checked in early for the nights stay. Soo, good to be able to lay down in the very comfortable bed and take a much needed nap. The updated features are spot on. The room was very clean. In room refrigerator was great to get our travel water cold overnight.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and quiet. Excellent location. Clean and attractive room. Front desk clerk, Karissa was outstanding. She satisfied all our requests and needs. She was very friendly and professional. We will stay here again for sure. Thank all of you!

Linda the breakfast lady did. Magnificent job looking after us. Always fresh coffee and eggs on the servery. What an absolute hero! I walked into the breakfast room every morning and had a waffle and eggs!

What an absolute delight every single morning, very accommodating in every department. Linda was especially exceptional and smiled every morning, she was a lovely lady who made my day bright with sunshine.

Our stay here was class, the staff could not do enough for you. From the front of house to the cleaners they were all very friendly and welcoming. Linda who was sorting our breakfast did a cracking job, and never fell short of doing so. Would stay again.

What an absolute diamond. She was amazing in every way and always served with a smile. The service was outstanding and couldn't have been bettered. Linda was a credit to the hotel and made our stay at Fallon a trip to remember.

Breakfast is very week. Don't try the eggs or potatoes- really! Pretty noisy place, the people that stay here get up at 5 am or so and make a lot of noise with pickups and such. Will try another place when we come back through town.

The staff was very friendly and check in/out process was very efficient. The rooms were very clean and stocked with quality amenities. The complimentary breakfast had a nice assortment of items that included fresh fruit, an assortment of breads, yogurt and of course the waffles that the kids enjoyed making.

All I want to say is if you have kids and you don't check in till 10:30 at night please respect the other guest by not letting your child run around the room and jump on beds, Front desk did call the room but these people didn't seem to care. I was just about to call again when the noise finally stopped 100% at midnight.

A wonderful facility. Clean and well maintained. I really nice the older style of doors opening to the parking lot. Much easier to unload and load vehicle. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Within walking distance of 5 restaurants.

We requested a 2nd floor room since we have had noise issues on the 1st floor of this hotel. Without notice we were given a lockout room with adjoining door. The occupant of the next room proceeded to get on the phone around 2-3 am and talk in a loud voice for a couple of hours or more. We were awakened as it was as if the person was in our room. I had to put on my over the ear headphones with noise cancelling to get back to sleep. This hotel has increased in price over the past two years to where it's no longer a budget friendly hotel at $170 including the pet fee and higher price for a pet friendly room. We don't have a lot of choices but if we did we would look for another hotel. It would also be nice if the office staff would offer some water to arriving guest at the Platinum level with BW as we have experienced at other BW hotels.

Very friendly front desk. Our room we booked was not available so we were upgraded to a suite. The carpet was full of a lot of stains not sure what they were? Room was not quiet.Dogs barking like they had been left alone in the room The next morning we were ready to leave when we noticed dog pooh behind the bathroom door!!! My husband cleaned it up so we did not get charged with pet fee. Now we know what the stains were from. PETS. I did not book a pet room. We went to the breakfast room which had several people in it all of which had DOGS!! This is a great hotel if you travel with pets. Not so if you are alone.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful; hotel seems fairly new and our accessible room was excellent. Some have mentioned noise; I didn't think it was noisy. Grab and go breakfast was mediocre, but they all are in the time of COVID! Good stay.

Summary: Stayed here twice recently. Clean old room but noisy. Bring your ear plugs to mitigate the risk of a sleepless night. Would not recommend if you want to sleep or just watch TV before 10pm. Details: At my most recent stay yesterday I had to check out only hours after checking in because a neighbor insisted on playing their portable stereo with an impressive sub-woofer. I own one. They are awesome, but using one in a hotel is like bringing a jet ski to a hot tub party. I turned up my TV but even at high levels it failed to offset the wall thumping bass. Thought of running out and buying ear plugs, and that might have allowed me to sleep, but it would also prevent me from enjoying listening to my TV, computer, or phone. Called office twice. Staff asked neighbor to 'turn it down' but didn't follow up to ensure the resulting sound level was reasonable. And it wasn't. Not wanting to risk a sleepless night I decided I had to find a different hotel. I stopped by the office to drop off keys and was told that staff couldn't do anything about unreasonable noise before 10pm. There was an apology that felt more like a 'not my problem'. No attempt to ask that the personal stereo (or sub woofer) be turned off. No offer to relocate me or the noisy neighbor (or explanation as to why they couldn't). No assurance that the problem would cease after 10pm. Clearly, the risk was on me. As I drove from they property I wondered how staff would react if someone ceaselessly knocked on their office door or windows till 10pm? I have little doubt they'd have demanded it stop and eventually called the police if it didn't. In my recent experiences, BW properties seem quite tired but are clean. You expect to pay a little less than the newer and even cleaner competition. IMO, its the quality of the Staff that makes this value proposition work. I'm willing to risk a budget hotel if I know that Staff cares. BW Fallon was tested and its staff failed to demonstrate they care. Rather than risk inconveniencing a disruptive customer they chose to avoid confrontation and inconvenience another... which makes no sense. I can only assume the neighbor was a long time resident or personal friend. No more Best Western for me...

The ladies at the front desk are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure the guests are taken care of. We are staying there on the weekends while we remodel our house and they both do an amazing job remembering all their guests!!! The rooms are clean and the hotel is awesome!!!!

My original review of Best Western Fallon was not very complimentary....... I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the breakfast (in short, I went to McDonalds)... HOWEVER...... Best Western contacted me and I explained my issue (no eggs... "hot breakfast" was biscuits and home fries :-( ) READ ON!!! Best Western offered to pay for my Egg McMuffin ... when I told them it wasn't the money, it was the disappointment. They insisted on sending my a check... I suggested they donate the $$ to a food bank.... then they insisted on doing both! I was taken aback at how sincere they were.... Definitely changed my opinion... Way to go, Best Western!! (Oh and they are getting eggs back on the menu)

The rate was a bit pricey for an old hotel room. I did get a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed. Quiet location. But, the A/C had a mind of its own in that it only ran for a bit of time then off for a bit then back on, etc. Very hard to get a hot room cooled off very quickly. My room took about 2 hours. Not sure if it would have cooled on a triple digit day of heat.

The "hot breakfast" consisted of biscuits and hash browns. No eggs. Shortage of yogurt. The staff was understanding and sympathetic, but I went to McDonalds to get something to eat. I planned to hit the road right after breakfast, but had to make an additional stop. VERY disappointed. Recommend calling first as each hotel is individually owned.

This might be biased due to being obese but I found the bedding/pillows very uncomfortable along with issues with the in room air conditioning and to be fair to the business, these issues were NOT reported. TV package was very basic and not what I would expect from a Best Western location but can give that a pass if COVID-19 forced the business to cut back. Breakfast seemed to be of low quality but edible. Did not like the hot food selection where the taste and quality was special. Waffle area could have used real butter and whip cream which were not in supply and to be fair, I only verified the breakfast did not have real butter in stock. Again l give the quality of breakfast a pass if the Best Western location was on any type of strict budget. My wife and I stayed in a room with a jetted tub where upon check-in, the room had an odor. We did have our own air purifier with us and no this issue was NOT reported. As far as I am concerned, the location was identified as a Best Western and ultimately my wife and I stayed there for next tier status and the bonus offers. Overall I think the Best Western location my wife and I stayed at could use a little work prior to the next time we might stay there where I just rate the stay as average while pointing out a few concerns with the experience and hoping this Best Western location can correct a few issues. I cannot recommend one way or the other on this one but prefer to give a neutral review where other travelers might NOT have experienced the same issues I was having. I wish this Best Western location all the best now and in the future in such challenging times and wish to thank this Best Western location for having the availability available to accommodate my wife and I throughout the labor day weekend.

Amazing location, clean and well taken care of. Great staff that ensures your stay is everything you expect it to be. Great hot and cold breakfast options are available. Beds are super comfy and the ac blows very cold air.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was so glad the breakfast was still available for my grandkids. We got there early and housekeeping went out of there way to help us getting to the rooms a bit early and get us out of the heat. Very clean lobby.

I don't even remember the breakfast or any other amenities. What I do remember is the room and the place itself. For a small town Best Western, I was impressed that the rooms were spacious. Even though we had people on both sides of us as well as above us, I heard nothing. It was quiet. To me, the number one most important thing I want from a place I stay at is a good night's sleep, especially since we were doing a "long haul" the next day. This place met that need. The staff was friendly. The lobby has an unusual "chandelier" in it. If you have trouble with stairs, be sure to request a ground floor unit. There is no elevator and it is a two story building. I requested ground floor and got what I requested. The price was reasonable too.

Passing through Fallon so we were only here for one night. The staff at check in were super sweet, even got a free upgrade. However, the only reason I am giving this three stars is that the room was very dated and really needs overhauled. Carpet needs a deep clean. The pictures online are bright and vibrant which doesn't match what you'll see in person. I appreciated breakfast was available early for a grab and go. It wasn't anything fancy but it fit the bill just fine. I would stay here again, but I'd just be better prepared for what to expect.

Always helpful staff and quiet facility. The low point is the breakfast is not great; awful cereal selection, the cheese in the eggs is like 7-11 nacho cheese. They try and blame covid but that is obviously not true.

We were at the tail end of a 2 week trip. Our car was loaded to the gills(family of 5) with off roading and camping equipment. We had a open trailer full of dirt bikes and a quad. The open space to park your trailer is all the way in the back on the side, no driveway access from the actual hotel. You have to drive through the lot of the neighboring hotel to access. It is not secure at all. We were there on a Wednesday and the amount of sketchy individuals wandering the parking lot where we were to park our car and trailer was enough to make us decided to move on. After 10hrs to get to Fallon, we continued our drive for 2 more hours and stayed at a family member's house. It was very disappointing as it rerouted the end of our trip. I tried to call customer service and my call was not answered and the “mailbox” was full. I still haven't been able to get ahold of anyone regarding our experience. We still paid for the room at 170$ Per night. All around disappointed.

I booked this room because I planned to swim in the pool with my daughter, and enjoy breakfast before hitting the road. Neither one of these things happened. I was informed at check-in that the pool wasn't open (in the middle of June) and they were only offering a small selection of cold to go options.

Soon, I will once again be heading south to Fallon, Nevada. And once again I am looking forward to staying at Best Western's hotel there. Here's why. First, given the accommodation and amenities this hotel offers, the price is right for budget- minded folks like me Second, Kirby behind the counter is devoted - utterly devoted - to ensuring that her guests have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay at "her" hotel. And her assistant, Jennifer, is, too. Thirdly, Laura is head of housekeeping. I usually stay several days in Fallon, so having a nicely-kept room is extra-important to me. Laura makes sure that my room is that - nicely-kept - but also is careful to make sure that the room is Coronavirus-free. Also, I was impressed by the way she works closely with her cleaning staff, training them to emulate her meticulousness. She's great!

This is an older motel that is in pretty good condition (but showing some signs of age). It is located within a fifteen minute walking distance of the Maine Street business district. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, perfect central location, great rooms, staff and amenities. Pool was outdoor and not an option for our stay. Appreciated that we were upgraded for free, and that offered a breakfast option even though the buffet was closed. Overall Best Western is Best!!

Nice, clean and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, spacious room and plenty of parking (even when we came in late). They are offering a limited breakfast in a bag due to COVID. We will stay here again.

One of the few choices if you want to stay in Fallon. Noise from other guests is often a factor in this hotel during the night. Ear cover is recommended unless you are a heavy sleeper. Rooms sometimes show wear and tear and lack of maintenance to small issues. Breakfast was OK when they had the breakfast room open, but is subpar now with the options provided for pick up meal.

Very friendly front desk , customer service was very excellent and asked about the rewards promotions,and I am very pleased to participate that has been offered to me. In the future of all of my travels are yet to come ,Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites is my priority to stay in Fallon,Nevada

The bed was just ok. I've slept on better. It was not a pillow top which is my preference. The toilet sits very low to the floor. If you have back or knee problems it's very difficcult to get up. The tub edge sits too far away to use as a prop. The door handle on the inside of the door is far away too. The water level is hgh, so if you are a man, body parts get wet. Not a fun experience!

I made a reservation here by mistake and when I tried to correct it, customer service had closed for the night (at 6:00 pm) so I was stuck. Then I got to my room and the toilet was incapable of flushing water waste in a single flush. It took 3 flushes to completely empty the bowl of water waste. (And even then, it threatened to overflow the toilet each time) I have stayed with Best Westerns many times before and usually the experience is really good. But the staff was as helpful as they could be without corporate backing them and helping them give good customer service.

Everything we needed was to be had at this in-town motel. The staff was great, a quick check-in, and extra service with my “points.” Our room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed quiet, cozy sleep. No complaints whatsoever!

This hotel is very modest and not one of the nicer Best Westerns. It is decent for a short stop over while traveling. The included breakfast was OK prior to COVID but is now subpar. A sugary muffin, sugary fruit cup and small yogurt plus cheese stick in a grab bag. The hotel has a higher than average number of smokers staying there who smoke outside and at times the staff can be seen smoking across from the lobby during a break. Rooms are fine and I have not had any issue with cleanliness or things working in the room. The people at the front desk did put up their face covering when I entered the lobby. They did have hand sanitizer on the counter.

Being fairly local I have stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions in the past 5 years. Both times were great with the most recent being October 2020. The staff was extremely helpful from reservation to check-out. New furniture, decent internet, clean rooms and great customer service from every front desk attendant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Fallon.

We stayed for an overnight pit stop on our way from Los Angeles to Boise. This place was just-right for the price. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We had an upstairs room which was clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Pet friendly for our fur-baby, too. There is a Safeway grocery store walking distance (up 1/2 block and across the street), and a nice park a few blocks away to take your dog for some good ball-chasing. It's not fancy, but for the money, it's a good value.

The staff at this hotel are welcoming and kind. My room was very clean and the bed was good. Perfect for a quick stop-over on a road trip! The hotel provided coffee and breakfast bags in the morning which I greatly appreciated.

The room looked okay but the sink pipes were plugged with hair and black water was backing up into the sink. The gals at the front desk were very helpful but the gentleman who came to try to fix the sink was unable and he confessed to not being a plumber. He told us he would ask the gals at the desk to call a plumber. When I talked to them about it they said he told them to call a plumber but that it was okay for the night. How could that possibly have been okay for the night? The gals gave us a refund and we moved to the Quality Inn next door. I would recommend not trying this hotel as these issues should have been dealt with a long time ago. Sorry BW, but this was poor maintenance from the beginning. The gals at the desk were very helpful though.

Rooms Not up to covid 19 Standard Used cup and Kids socks left on floor by sofa. MANAGMENT had no customer Skills to handle any issues Response was People make Mistakes No Apology for the issue at all Grab Bag for Breakfast had a milk that was bad . Management had no response for that. Looked at you, like so what. Very poor Service for this motel. NEVER AGAIN FOR BEST WESTERN PLUS OR ANY BEST WESTERN. Get IT together Best Western.

Air conditioning smelled really bad, like mildew. Gave whole family headache. Staff did nothing. Cracked door for bathroom, dirty toilet, dirty floor mat in shower, no house keeping, breakfast is kids size and had mold. Water has a lot of chemicals in shower

We spent 2 nights here on 6/18 and 6/24/20 respectively. In both cases the front desk person (check in or out) was friendly and efficient. On 6/18 we were in room 112. It's a good sized room, clean, quiet and it had comfortable beds. It's a connecting room to 113 and has a sink outside of the bathroom. There was a fridge with a freezer which is a plus On 6/24 we were in room 120, which was also clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a sink outside the bathroom, unfortunately it is more intrusive into the bedroom area than most sinks outside the bathroom, so washing up early without disturbing anyone trying to sleep is not possible. There was a fridge with a freezer which is a plus. In both rooms everything worked fine, the internet was fine for email and light web surfing. Because of Covid 19, the breakfast was a to go bag, which had fruit, fruit juice, muffins and bars in them and coffee was limited to what is provided in your room. Regarding covid protection, the front desk did not wear a mask, the rooms appeared thoroughly cleaned, guests in the front desk check in area did not wear masks but did social distance. I don't recall if there was hand sanitizer in the lobby. Overall, two good stays. We would stay here again

My son and I were driving for 12 hrs in over 100 degrees (no AC) and decided sleeping in the truck was not for us. I pulled in at 8 pm during this 4th July weekend and the wonderful woman gave us an amazing room for under $100.00, with two cloud like beds as well as a peaceful corner. In the morning we met her sister, the manager and she was just as kind. Due to COVID breakfast room was closed but we had a great and filling grab and go breakfast. Check out is a breeze, parking is a plenty OH MY GOODNESS LADIES, THE WATER PRESSURE IS AWSOME. I have very long hair and most hotels have a sad water stream but here it is still A SHOWER Before you look at another hotel, take a look at this jem. You will not be sorry!!!!!

Passing through Fallon needed quiet place. Best Western has always been good and once again very satisfied Office staff was very pleasant and bed and pillow were great. Would stay again if in town. Reliable go to place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly. My room was cozy, quiet and tucked away. My bed was very comfortable and the pillows are to die for. It is in a great location set back from a major street. I highly recommend this hotel for any travel nurse who comes to town.:)

Fallon is a nice small town...friendly...they have a safeway, starbucks and even a Dollar Store!! The Best western is clean and quiet. Even though the hotel is on the main st , the rooms are set back and more secluded (I don't think any of the rooms face the street). It looks like the property was renovated within the past few years. The exterior is fresh, and interior rooms have good carpet and newer fixtures. The only "old" items are the microwave and fridge--they are so old they are vintage, but they are very clean..and the fridge is big..lots of room to store food.

There are a couple of options in Fallon if you're looking to stay the night when passing through (which we were) but the Best Western seemed like the obvious one to go for (as we're members of the rewards club – gotta collect those points up!) It proved to be a decent option at a good rate & I was happy with my choice. We did have a hiccup from our side of things (which apparently lots of other folks do too) because there are two hotels right next to each other and the signage is pretty close, so we ended up pulling into the other neighbouring hotel, going to check in only to be told we had no reservation……but that we must be looking for next door. So watch out for the entrances off the main street. Check in was quick and easy with a nice friendly desk clerk, and it's a motel type rather than a hotel, with two storeys in an ‘L' shape and parking spaces outside each room. We had a ground floor room which was large, clean & comfy. We had no issues with noise despite it being fairly close to the road and had a decent sleep with no interruptions. There is a small pool right alongside the road, but it had just been pouring with rain when we arrived & although it cleared up later, we never got chance to use it. One good thing was the little ‘breakfast room' which was next to reception and open 24/7 (accessed with your room card) – there was coffee/tea/juices available and some breakfast items the next morning if you wanted a bite before setting off. There are a few tables/chairs in there too, but we opted to grab a coffee and a pastry and take it back to the room. Overall, a decent stay in one of the few chain hotel options in town, and this one would be somewhere I would use again if passing through.

This was a great stay for me. I had two of the nicest people working the reception area. It was a cold week but Valerie and Cheyanne(sp) had the kindest smiles for the evening shift. Very nice to see someone going the distance in hospitality these days. Even when they had oatmeal raisin cookies at the reception instead of peanut butter, I was ok with that. :) Job well done.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. Kirby at the reception especially helpful and aided in our work trip needs, she was polite and very keen to support all of the guests. Clean and tidy and the food was great. Rooms cleaned daily, coffee, tea and snacks available at all times. Fantastic hospitality, Hope to visit again soon.

We stayed as a group for just under two weeks. This hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive especially Kirby on the front desk who tended to our needs whenever required. I will definitely stay again.

Both times I have stayed, the service during check in has been friendly and the rooms were notably clean. One of the times, my dog stayed for a small fee. The breakfast bar had a variety of snacks including fresh fruit. The coffee was instant coffee dispenser style (not fresh brew).

Just about everything about the hotel was average to above-average. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was amazing!!! So much to choose from and Maria was very helpful! Great value overall.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling thru Fallon. They are the most friendly staff and the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfy. They always have fresh cookies when you arrive. The breakfast is awesome. Very quite location.

I stayed in two different pet friendly rooms during this stay; both were clean and comfortable. But the real reason I'm posting a review today is to thank the incredible people there! The morning after my first night, my cat got lost. The staff and other people staying at the hotel went way above and beyond helping me find him. Halfway through the day, I booked another room so I could stay and continue searching. At about six p.m., Cleo was found (much to my relief). For the past few years, this has always been my choice of hotel in Fallon. I stay about four nights annually, on my way to visit family or returning home. Now, I will certainly be sticking with this place (although the rooms are so good I probably would have anyway). Particular thanks to Valerie, Sarah, Cheryl, Wynter and her mother, Gail, Heather, Lee, Amy, Jeff, and the gentlemen who work in the breakfast area and in maintenance! These are the kind of people who can restore a person's faith in humanity.

The employees at this Best Western were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with all my needs and answered all my questions that made my stay there a pleasant one. I will stay here at this location the next time I am in town.

This is not your usual Best Western.....they have incredible service, clean rooms, and is centrally located. They serve breakfast here as well. They also have cookies at the front desk along with coffee and tea. Great place to stay in Fallon!

Incredible guest service overall! Cheryl and Kirby at the front desk are A+ employees, as is the breakfast hostess. Cookies at the front desk 24/7 along with coffee and tea. Coffee/tea in your room as well. Breakfast room has unlimited bottled water, yogurt, fruit, waffles, eggs, biscuits/gravy, potatoes, etc. Room was perfect for the work week. Immediate hot water in the shower. Refrigerator, microwave, and free WiFi. Room was super clean. Management members at this hotel do things right.

Checked in about nine on a Thursday. I wanted to make sure I got a sofa bed for my grandson. I was told that I was given a free upgrade to a suite, one king bed and two fulls. Normally we get an accessible room, but we wanted the extra beds. The parking lot was pretty full so I had to park a little distance away, which ended up being not bad because the handicapped sports were far away. There was a curb around the rooms that prevents a wheelchair access to the room except at the handicapped parking spots. However, I had lots of luggage and it was a distance to the room, so I went to the office to get a bell cart. The girl at the desk told me they didn't have one but she would help me. The room was okay, carpet was worn and frayed and a little stained. The water control knob was on backwards, the ice machine was one of the best that I have seen. There were free cookies at the desk. There were plenty of towels and the beds were fine. Breakfast was good.

My second visit to Fallon, Nevada was once again a pleasure due in no small part to the accommodations to be had at the Best Western there. I was delighted to see that the same helpful, courteous, friendly staff whom I'd met last time were all still "aboard" - and remembered my name! Nice and quiet location even being on a busy main street. Breakfast needs lots of help to be better, do real scrambled eggs, have bacon, fix the gravy add sausage and make it much less watery. Coffee was very good.

TERRIBLE customer service. The General Manager, Nemish, is an unscrupulous crook and will charge your card for a room you never stayed in and refuse to return your phone calls. The hotel itself looks disgusting and they get away with providing subpar customer service and disgusting rooms because they're in the middle of nowhere. You're better off sleeping in your car. If you MUST stay here, pay in cash so management doesn't have access to your credit card information. I'd give them a zero if I could.

During our stay we was made to feel very welcome by a very polite and excellent young lady by the name of Valarie working on the reception, she made sure our every need was cared for and Maria in the breakfast room was like a mother to the whole group. She was always smiling and laughing and made sure that we had whatever we needed. We would regularly go out of our way to have a good chat with her as she would lighten up our day. Both Valarie and Maria are a credit to the Best Western in Fallon and should be given a promotion for their dedication and professional manner in which they conduct themselves.

Last road trip we passed this BW & didn't stop as I felt looked old. This year due to lack of rooms elsewhere we made reservations here. What a surprise! Everything was modern & updated and personnel were very friendly. Easy walk to Depot casino where food was good & drinks inexpensive. The breakfast in Fallon was free and had good selection and quality. We would definitely stay here on next year's roadtrip.

The hotel is located close to Maine (!) Street in Fallon. It is an older motel with the rooms facing outside. Our room was clean and of average size. Breakfast was served beginning at 5.30 am which helped our early starte heading out on the lonliest road (US50 to Ely). The breakfast buffet offered what I know from other Best Western Hotels.

As a diamond member of Best Western who has visited the chain in many states, I found this one to be among the poorest of them all. First of all, the pool is not functioning. Secondly, the walkways to the guest rooms badly need to be freshened with either paint or water power spraying. They are dirty and stained. The shower curtain in our bathroom was torn and wrinkled. I could see places where paint was needed on wooden areas of the building. Our air-conditioner did not seem to work, but fortunately the compressor finally began to work. I turned off the air-conditioning during the night because it woke me up. It was noisy. In addition, there was a bad smell coming from the air-conditioning unit. They need to replace the filters. Finally, the sign outside of the building greeted us with “Happy Fourth of July” and it was August 24. Maintenance and upkeep seem to be an issue with this place. The only reason I didn't give this inn a lower score is because the guest room looked nice and there were nice towels.

Poor Fallon if this is their best hotel. The outside was dirty (filthy sidewalks, broom and dustpan left outside in front of room all night). You would think it was a fine hotel to charge $30 pet fee, but the carpet is stained and not regularly cleaned. They provide a very small area of green astroturf where our little dog got tangled up in a weed giving her stickers in her paws. The mattress was old and for a good sleep you need to sleep in the middle of the bed, otherwise you roll toward the edge. I am not a large person but the tub is very narrow and shorter than standard size. On the funny side...the marquis out front said "God Bless...Happy 4th of July"....It's now mid August. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast did have hot eggs but no meat is served. BW. I've seen you do much better.

Fallon is out in the sticks but this Best Western was excellent with a quiet clean room and a delightful breakfast with more choices than I have ever seen. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Not literally speaking;) Visiting briefly the Naval Air Station located in Fallon, the hotel accommodations onboard were completely booked, leaving out in town lodging as the only availability. Solution:Best Western Fallon Inn and Suites. The hotel is on the eastern edge of main Fallon along US-50 located near stores, restaurants, and a Safeway. My room was clean, with a modern décor, fridge, flat screen TV, and free wifi. All at a reasonable rate for any service member visiting on PCS or TDY orders, or for AAA members too! Stay was restful, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is provided, and has plenty of good choices to choose from. I found the cheese omelettes to be very delicious, and highly recommend them! Nicknamed the oasis in the desert, Fallon, NV has much to offer. From the oldest distillery in Nevada, to petroglyph sites, wildlife refuge, restaurants, historical sites, to the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center which includes the illustrious "Top Gun" school for US Naval aviators. Being Nevada, casino's are present too. Depending on which point you start along a section of US-50 "AKA:The Loneliest Road In America" Fallon is going to either be the end or the start to that road trip. So for any service member in need of out in town lodging, or the road traveler that is starting or just ending the lonely drive, and visitors alike, Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites is an oasis in an oasis. I may have to stay again to make sure it is not a mirage should on base accommodations be fully booked the next time:) Enjoy the stay!!

This seems like an older property and feels a bit dated. Staff is friendly and helpful...takes care of your needs. Furniture in the room probably needs to be looked at (the coffee table felt like it was ready to fall apart). Breakfast was good and filling. Pet area...um, I guess with the space they have, there isn't much choice - very small patch of artificial turf, but did have complimentary poop bags with a can to toss the droppings in. Not a bad property, but certainly needs some work. Biggest thing...in 2 words - carpet cleaning!! Oh yea, more positives...mini fridge and microwave!

We had a great stay. Very Clean. It was right off the main road and was easy to find. We were just passing through so we didn't stay long. It fit our needs for a one nights stay. The hotel is right next door to CHP so it feels safe. They offer a continental breakfast, a standard continental. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and all the rooms have been updated. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and there breakfast room attendant made certain we had everything we needed and was very attentive. Overall a great property and the price was affordable. If you're going to Fallon this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay there.

The staff was super awesome. I called in around 5 pm to let them know that I was going to be arriving late. The lady at the front desk said that it was no problem she will let the next shift know that I will be arriving after midnight. I got there close to 2 am. When they are knew who I was. The room was really nice and beautiful. It was quiet and I got a good night's rest. I would definitely stay here again.

We ended up in Fallon at 10pm after a multi-hour tow truck ride when our car broke down on the first day of a carefully planned week long road trip on US 50. We were fortunate to snare their last room while we awaited our car's repair, which ended up taking 3 days. The hotel's friendly staff was extraordinarily helpful during our stay and the well located accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed: good beds, clean rooms and a well provisioned breakfast room that could have taken care of food needs for the day until dinner. Staff also helped us locate dinner venues that we enjoyed and did all they could to make the best of an unexpected and unpleasant termination of our excursion. We are very grateful and glad that we can at least express our appreciation of the hotel's kindness to us. Let me add that the staff at the hotel are excellent representatives of the fine folks in Fallon all of who we found to be uniformly welcoming. Nice town! Nice place to stay!

There's beds and showers and a lobby and cookies and clean sheets and TVs and good staff and nice smelling rooms and a gym and easy parking and good mirrors and a pool and morning breakfast and vending machines and laundry machines and rewards so stay here cause it's a good place and a nice place and I'd like to mention a few of my favourite people: Kirby and Sarah and Valarie and a nameless man all at the front desk and I give it a thumbs up!

We have stayed at many Best Western in the past but never encountered any one that had such an amazing Team . Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are good sized. It's an older Hotel but they updated it nicely. It was very clean . Breakfast has a nice selection to get you started in the morning.

Great central location close to everything! Easy access to parking and rooms. Well lit safe environment close to all emergency agencies. Staff is wonderful, courteous and knowledgsble about property, surrounding areas, and entertainment. Perfect choice for families with a budget that want quality and quantity.

Every employee was kind and seemed happy to be there. This is an older but very well maintained place. You can tell that they take pride in this place and take great care of it. I managed hotels for many years and THIS is a wonderful place. Clean, well cared for and wonderful staff. Thank you! We will always stay at this location in any future travels.

Staff was nice, always a smile. The room was very clean. The breakfast area was always well kept and clean, so much that after the 3rd day I told the lady who worked their that I really appreciated how clean everything was. She was thankful. I also told the manager the same thing when I left.

Won't recommend this hotel. Breakfast is minimal. Staff not helpful regarding room choice availability; make up of room on 2nd day not done until requested after 4 p.m. Room was dark. Several staff smoking, sitting on curb at entry to parking lot, when we entered or left. There are other hotel choices in Fallon - pick one of them!

All aspects of my stay at Fallon's Best Western Inn & Suites merit five stars, but of course what really makes guests' stay memorable are the hotel staff - and I'm here to tell you that you couldn't ask for more helpful and friendly service at Fallon's Best Western. Kirby, Sarah, Valerie - I'll be back and you'd better still be there! Thank you so much for making my experience a safe, comfortable, happy one. Though he wasn't working most of the days I was there, I want to mention Nameesh, too. When I exalted to him at check-out time about my experience, he explained that if I mentioned hotel staff by name, my mention would be duly noted. He spoke up for his colleagues knowing that he himself would probably not be mentioned. Man, that's collegiality. Speaks well of Nameesh and the whole place. Thanks, you guys. I hope to return soon!

When we checked in, we got a sheet from the hotel claiming they had the only Tripadvisor "certificate of excellence" of any hotel in Fallon. Not sure if that says less about the quality of Fallon hotels, or Tripadvisors "certificate of excellence". While it might not be fair to say this is a fleabag, the fleas are scouting it for a future acquisition. The room was on the small side. It had a funny odor, kind of like the smell you get when hotels try to cover up the residual smell from priopr smokers in the room with some Lysol or other deoderizer. We had dogs with us, and the pet fee was over 1/3 of the total room cost, which seems steep. The area around the hotel is not particularly nice, no grass, with trash, debris and broken glass, not a particularly enticing environment for walking dogs....or people for that matter. Let's be honest, there aren't a lot of choices on where to stop when making the north-south roadtrip through western Nevada, it's pretty remote.This is the kind of place you roll into around 8 or 9 at night, grab a quick bite in the room and get back on the road first thing the next morning.

Passing through on our way to Arizona and picked the BW. Older facility but staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, everything worked, WiFi was good and the full breakfast was standard BW. Would stay again if in the area.

My wife and I unexpectedly spent several days here in Fallon after vehicle trouble and were very happy with our experience. The title is not an overstatement. We travel almost constantly and have stayed in countless hotels all over the world and the team at this hotel run a tight ship. Everything was very clean, everything worked, the Wi-Fi was fast, the breakfast was very good - no problems at all. Valarie at the front desk and Maria who is in charge of breakfast were particularly friendly and helpful.

Wyatt helped me check in. He was efficient and explained all the amenities of the hotel. I was pulling a 16' utility trailer and he assisted me in getting it turned around and parked. He was very patient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of things to eat. I've had issues with other Best Western Hotels in the past, but not this one. I would recommend staying here.

I have stayed here before and have not had any issues. On this trip there was a lot of outside noise that woke me at about midnight and when I flipped on the lights I found some cockroaches really had a hard time sleeping after that, and will not stay here again.

The stay was pleasant, the service very good as was the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conviently located near fuel satation and restaurants..The downside is that in Fallon there is the ocassional odor from the livestock operations in the area.

Staff is great, amenities work poorly. Wi-Fi was unavailable, TV looked like crap. One thing I don't like is that this requires 200 characters. How many times can I say the Wi-Fi is bad as is the TV. OK now that was over 200 characters

Service was very good the room was clean Bed was comfortable. Staff were al friendly and professional . Nice there were cookies at the reception area. Just an added friendly touch. Location was easy to find.

I recommend! I was in Fallon, NV for a company holiday party and this was my first stay at the BW. Check out and check in were seamless and pleasant. Staff is professional and friendly, and placed a courtesy call to my room to confirm everything was to my liking! They accommodated my request for a late check out, too! Other pros: mini fridge w/ small freezer compartment in the room, free bottled water, coffee maker, digital alarm clock, and hair dryer, and complimentary breakfast! Cons: Most ground level rooms face the parking lot, so be aware of vehicle headlights, and our room had a bathtub, but no tub stopper for some reason. I asked my travel companion if I should ask the front desk for one and she said not to bother.

We had travelled over 450 miles and were very tired. The lady in front of me was having an issue checking in. The male receptionist was very patient and explained procedure. In between her trying to get proper documentation, he started checking me in. He was very thorough and explained everything about the place. I should have checked their website because I would have gotten a better price. Since we had our dog we had a specific room. They charged $20 per night if you have a pet in the room. The room is very spacious and very clean. I really like having the USB plug in the lamps. We have a fridge and microwave in the room. The place also has a coffee maker. There is complimentary bottled water, hot tea and coffee in a room which is really nice. Breakfast is served at 5:30 am. A nice assortment of breakfast items. Nice location and ample parking.

The best hotel at town, breakfast included on fare, pool for summer time, gym 24 h, auto laundry service, comfortable rooms with tv, frigo bar and air conditioner. The best of the beat a few meters from many restaurants and stores.

Clean and quiet room Great customer service! We stayed in the pet room it was very clean. Check-in and check-out was really easy. The only downside was having to drive through the narrow parking lot to get to the area we could park your truck and trailer. Over all we were very happy.

I stay at BW a lot and have found the rooms and service to be above average. The check in folks are professional and go out of their way to serve you. If you have a choice to stay at BW or another chain hotel, definitely go with BW.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was standard fair. We appreciated the access to water bottles, paper plates and plastic utensils via the meal room at all hours. The big negative was the level of noise coming from above and next to us. We had 3 young children above running around and pounding on the floor until after 10pm. Next to us the people came in after dinner and played loud music until after 2am. We got little sleep as the walls appear to be fairly thin. This was not appreciated after a long day driving and with another long drive ahead of us.

The evening desk assistant-Wyatt was probably the nicest, thoughtful and knowledgeable assistant that I have ever experienced in our travels. He was so accommodating and gave us plenty of options for our stay. Thank you Wyatt!!! Then the next morning in the breakfast room we were greeted by Maria Gourdine and she really made us feel welcome. She was cheerful and always had a smile on her face! Encouraged us to “eat more and take plenty of water for our trip”. Thank you Maria

This hotel is an older one but well kept. My room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. One thing I liked is there was a vanity separate from the bathroom. The hotel does accept pets but there is a deposit for any damage but it is not refundable. There was no designated area to walk our dogs. I found an area the people had used for their dogs. I doubt if anyone had cleaned up after their dog or dogs. There was feces all over. I think that the hotel should have monitored the area and clean up as needed.

We were helping our son and his wife move from the Northwest to California. This was a nice mid-way point. We did check in rather late but also warned the front desk staff. The young man was very helpful during check-in. That was the best thing about our stay. We were so tired that we flopped on the beds and fell asleep. But, in the midst of our sleep, I realized that the air conditioning was not cooling, rather heating and the room was extremely hot. With my flashlight in hand, I looked to make sure the settings were correct and they were. I was not going to wake up the other three but come to find out, later, they were not sleeping either. We all got up around 8:30 am. Imagine my surprise to discover that the basket of guest sized shampoo, soap, etc, only had two conditioner bottles in it. That's it! The lid was off of the toilet and on the floor because the toilet was not flushing correctly and needed a new chain. AND there was no shower curtain. I was all ready for my shower so we could all get to breakfast on time so I took one without the curtain and was very careful. When we notified the front desk staff it took a long time for the shower curtain arrive--closer to checkout. Whoever was the housekeeping supervisor did not check the room. Surely the air conditioner didn't break the night we arrived and there was some warning. I just found that our room was not up to Best Western standards at all. I do not complain that often about hotels but this experience was terrible plus it was my birthday.

Bed was comfortable - breakfast was so-so, gravy was not hot and not stirred - had clumps - eggs ok - about same as Super 8 breakfast. Room had a strong cleaning solution odor like they were trying to cover up a smoking room - not very pleasant. Not sure if I would stay here again - not feeling the value for the price I paid.

Had to attend a funeral and was pressed for time. Reserved my room with BW even though it wasnt the cheapest, but past experiences with them made my decision for me. The rooms are very clean and the service was exceptional.

We came to Fallon for the Cantalope Festival and stayed here. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and pleasantly decorated. Definitely would come back and stay again.

Stopped here for an overnight on our cross-country trip. It is an older property, but well maintained and large rooms. Good WiFi. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Not far from the Cattleman's Steakhouse, a favorite of ours.

We're on a road trip driving our daughter back to Gonzaga University- Go Zags!! The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 4 star rating is because our room was not renovated, as were some of the other rooms. However, for a great price, we were given a suite with separate private room for my husband and me, as well as 2 double beds in a separate large room that accommodated our daughter with her own privacy which she loved! The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom/shower great with a good “breakfast included” area with hot breakfast that was perfect for our needs. However what made our trip super enjoyable was the personnel that went above and beyond. Of particular excellent service was the dining room manager/housekeeper Maria Gaurdine who welcomed us, shared personal stories, replenished the dining room food and went above and beyond expectations! Such a good woman and loyal to Best Western. Don't let this one go- she's a gem! We came in late 10P, typical road trip, and Wyatt, the Front Night desk manager, greeted us and was the person responsible for accommodating us with the last room available for our threesome family. Thank you Wyatt for helping us with our luggage and checking that the AC worked perfectly for us. We appreciated his personal interest that we were comfortable. Finally, kudos to Megan A, the Front Desk Manager for giving us the opportunity to check out late. All in all all our stay was short and good. We unfortunately didn't have time to use gym, but were offered snacks and drinks as we left for the next leg of trip. Good experience- safe and good night sleep! Also Wyatt told us they match any internet booking price with Best Western Reward Points!!

Lots of nice things about this place. Clean, friendly, free breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a bit crowded and not open too late. The place is nice, I just wish the pool was open a bit longer.

We booked here and it looked nice online, so we get into Fallon, try to park in best western lot, and it's way to crowded and small, so we go inside and get our room key, and start unloading, the first issue is the metal door to our room, it's 102 outside with the sun beating down on the door, and my wife gets her arm burned! The metal had to be at least 180 degrees, how do they not get sued for this stuff?, a rubber pad on the door with a small sign would work wonders...so we get inside, I turn on the air and only hot air coming out. So we call the front deak and the girl come up and says she has to "reset it"...so she unplugs the a/c then replugs it in...the compressor works for 5 mins then dies again...we call back and tell her we need another room, ,,sorry, nope, all sold out....BUT, she can call Best Western Corperate first, get a ok from them, and get us a booking next door for the same price at Rodeway Inn...what the ???...so we call next door at Rodeway, plenty of rooms for $30 less, so much for the "same price"...so I reload the truck, demand a refund, and head next door

I requested a cancellation for one night stay. Expedia requested the hotel for a refund and were refused. We were told by the front desk staff that they rejected the cancellation and we were confirmed to stay on July 18th. We arrived on time and told that they were fully booked and the cancellation went through. They had no room available to us and were ready to send our business The Rodeway Inn next door. We have logged a complaint with Best Western corporate office.

Service was great. Every employee was friendly, clean and professional. Room was clean and nice. A/C was a little noisy, but the room was very clean. The Breakfast bar was the BEST I've ever seen. Coffee was good and hot.

When I reserved this room on line I got a great price because it was a nonrefundable reservation (no cancellations or changes) however after I had confirmed the reservation, I realized I had made it for the wrong day, I thought I had just wasted my money but I called the hotel anyway and was pleasantly surprised because the clerk was very nice, it was no problem, he changed my reservation to the correct date. When we checked in we were greeted warmly, the clerk even helped us find a nearby church that we could attend. The room was clean and specious, the A/C had also been turned on so the room was already cool, that was much appreciated. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were on our way home from Utah to California and decided to take Highway 50. After a long drive through the desert we stopped in Fallon and chose to stay at the Best Western Fallon Inn. The hotel was in a good location, clean rooms and the staff (Wyatt) was amazingly friendly and efficient! The only issue was that the air conditioner was not very efficient but it eventually cooled off the room. Would stay here again in ever in Fallon.

Spent the day at San Mountain with our son and friends. Hadn't been there for 20 years. At 87 we weren't up for "camping" and booked a room at Fallon Best Western. They've been there for years and we've stayed there "a long time ago". Still a nice quiet, clean spot for a good nights rest. Only one negative....our bathroom had a handicapped shower and the water ran all over the floor. And....that tile floor was slippery as ice. Of course we had towels all over to sop up the water, but had to be careful on the tile. Delicious cookies in the office and very personable people behind the desk. We'll stay again.

We've stayed overnight here before and the rooms are always comfy, clean and well equipped. Very nice breakfast in the mornings with hot and cold selections. I think our only just slightly negative comment is that they always seem to be understaffed. There has never been anyone at the registration either for arrival or check out. There is a small sign saying to push the button for assistance and someone usually arrives in a reasonable time. It just seems a little odd, especially during prime check in and check out times. We will definitely continue to stay here.

We have stayed at this hotel few times now . The service is amazing and it's always good to be recognized by name . The rooms , lobby, and breakfast rooms were clean . I like the renovated rooms . We got a room on the second floor above the breakfast room which was perfect in the morning . Parking was easy and the breakfast was pretty decent .

Long day of driving....thank goodness we called ahead and reserved a room at the Best Western in Fallon! Well, after checking in and grabbing our suitcases from the car, we opened the door to our room only to find that it had not been cleaned...the beds were a slept in mess, trash had not been emptied, and leftover food still on the counter! This was 8:30 pm! When we told the desk clerk, she called the manager who told her to refund our room, when asked if the room could be cleaned she told us there was no one available to clean the room for us since she was there alone. (Alone? Really?) And, there were no other rooms available so we would need to go someplace else! No offer to make it right. We had to ask her to call another motel for us! And told us the cost was the same and when we got to the comfort inn the room was $25.00 more... Over all property was not what you would think of when you book a Best Western. Epic fail.??

Hotel staff was excellent- very friendly. Hotel was clean, mini suite spacious. Breakfast was adequate- make your own waffles, cold cereal, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy along with muffins, bagels, etc. The only issue was the person in room on second floor above us sounded as if they were doing jumping jacks at 7am. Would stay again just would ask for room on second floor. We stayed 3 nights and only had the noise issue the last morning of our stay.

Check-in was fast and friendly. We explored Fallon for 45 minutes while the spa tube in our room was being deep cleaned. They gave us the room two hours before the 3PM check-in time. Enjoyed the hot breakfast and fresh fruit (apples, bananas, navel oranges). The experience was like home away from home. We left relaxed, and refreshed for our 6 hour drive home.

I stayed in room 227. This is an older hotel which is being updated. The cleanliness and helpful staff were amazing. The hotel is situated in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and casinos. The breakfast is your typical fare and is well stocked. The breakfast room is available to hotel guests 24 /7 for bottled water, snacks and a place to meet. Honorable mention for the staff goes to Megan and Rosa. Megan worked the front desk and answered many questions and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Rosa is a member of the housekeeping staff and did a professional job keeping my room in top shape. Should I return to Fallon, I would stay here again.

Super helpful. Great breakfast. Everyone was very nice. Water bottles for the road. Lots of restaurant recommendations. Second time we've stayed here and was pleased both times. Sink is outside bathroom which makes it so much easy to get ready in the morning.

First impression certainly sets the mood....The receptionist,Valerie,exceeded the standard friendliness and making customers welcome! She gets the golden star for immediately greeting me; making me feel welcome as soon as I entered.Throughout our stay, anytime you see her interact with each guests,she had a smile on her face and went out of her way to connect with each person.Every hotel needs a Valerie! This certainly made an impression on our stay as she very well compliments this hotel so nicely. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Mindful of all the little comforts that make your stay easier like microwave,frig, coffee maker, hair dryer etc. The breakfast was beyond muffins and croissants! To my surprise, actually served a tasty and generous variety of items including eggs waffles, biscuits and potatoes. You will not be disappointed staying here. The value for what you get exceeds your expectations!

I was here for 1 year from April 2017 to April 2018 as I am a federal contractor. This hotel had amazing employees and management who went out of their way to make me comfortable and treated me like family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the outside pool was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here turned out fine. We appreciated the large, comfortable, clean, updated, well-appointed rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. He actually phoned our room to make sure we had everything we needed, a very nice touch. Fresh, warm cookies greeted us upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was clean and well-stocked. The wi-fi worked quickly and our room was quiet because it was well off the street. They had not yet opened the outdoor pool for the season, but it looked clean and well-situated. I'd definitely stay here again.

I recently did the highway 50 drive across Nevada and my travels took me to Fallon. The Best Western is located in the heart of Fallon near restaurants and a few small casinos. Check in was fast and friendly. In fact, the service I received at the hotel was really good. We got there late and I think the only available room with a king-sized bed was the handicap room. It was fine and actually fairly spacious. The TV was good and the temperature of the room was easily controlled. The room was a little dated but otherwise in good shape and clean. My complaint about the room was that while taking a shower a good deal of the water came out into the bathroom area. You can see other guests have struggled with the ordeal as well because of the water damage to the door and floor moldings. Management was aware of the problem though. All the rooms have outdoor entrances so occasionally you'll hear someone dragging in their luggage at night. That being said though, I wasn't disturbed at all other than that. My wife felt the bed was hard but I didn't mind it at all and actually slept well. The hidden gem here is the free breakfast. They have it stocked really well with a variety of food: eggs, potatoes, waffles, fruit, yogurt -- typical continental breakfast stuff. Coffee needed an upgrade, but other than that it was really good. If my travels take me to Fallon again, I'd definitely stop by. I would recommend it for those looking a place to stay while visiting the area.

I spent the night after a long drive on Easter. My room wasn't quite ready when I arrived; however, the staff were so helpful I can only appreciate their efforts. My room was clean and comfortable. One of the housekeeping staff, despite having her arms full, helped me access the vending area when my card didn't seem to open the door. The breakfast lady and the breakfast were also great. I will stay here again.

For overnight stay, we had a king room with windows that open. Coffee, tea, bottled water provided. Parking lot was crowded but adequate. Helpful clerk provided list of restaurant with directions at check-in so we were able to walk to a close-by restaurant. Overall great stay with excellent service and amenities.

Hands down the nicest BW I've ever stayed at. Clean, updated rooms with all amenities (incl a refrigerator) and nice linens. My previous stays at BW properties may have lowered my expectations, but I'm impressed. What a great value. The customer service at the front desk was over the top good. We stayed her for three nights. Had their King Suite. Strange configuration but wonderful beds, nice and quiet. Would stay again if passing through this way. Nice little breakfast, but no breakfast meats (sausage or bacon), which I found strange. Great staff.

Been here now three days. Awesome staff so happy. It's cute really. Our suite was amazing large two king beds handicapped room. It's nice. Big bathroom too Breakfast is terrific. Great omelettes too. Great service, clean rooms; however, we would have preferred a firmer bed. Check in and checkout was a breeze, the staff could not have been nicer, great location with easy parking and ingress and egress.

My husband and I stopped in Fallon after a long day's drive up from Twentynine Palms, CA. I usually stay at Best Westerns because they are reliable properties and this one was no exception. When I checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and VERY thorough, pointing out all the amenities offered at the hotel and their locations in the building. We had a room with a king bed that was large enough to accommodate a small sofa and seating area. The room was very clean. The sink was not located in the bathroom, which was small. Instead, the sink was in the main room, near the closet area. It was a small issue, though, and I still give the property five stars for cleanliness and convenience. It was a few blocks to Maine Street, where there are many restaurants and a few casinos. It was a little too long to walk there in the dead of winter, but it would be entirely doable in spring, summer, and fall. The hotel was PACKED when we were there, but there was minimal noise from other rooms. We slept well on the comfortable bed. We did not have the complimentary breakfast, but they do have one. It was a solid property; recommended if you're road-weary and happen to be traveling through Fallon. Check ahead, though, to see if there's availability. It seemed to be pretty popular.

We recently stayed here for a night on a drive between Utah and the West Coast. We've avoided spending nights in Fallon in the past due to challenges finding clean, pet-friendly rooms. The room here was great, staff were helpful in suggesting nearby park to walk dog, and staff were also very friendly, professional and thorough. We'd recommend this Best Western to others!

On my way south, a great place to stop on the way. It is a quiet place. Food options in Fallon are average at best. I really liked the staff and them being willing to help. I wish the Breakfast options were better!!

A very pleasant stay because of the wonderful front desk service and cozy room. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in a long time. Best variety and cleanest! So we will look for a reason to return to this oasis in the desert.

Great location in a small Nevada town and staff went above what was necessary to make stay a pleasure. Lots of close by places to eat and enjoy yourself. No need to drive although town is very easy to get around.

Stayed here while driving from SF to the mountains. Property is on the main drag in town. Gas stations and restaurants all close by. Front desk was excellent. Reported the smell of cigarette smoke in room and he made a note so I didn't get wrongly accused of smoking. Rooms large and comfortable but dated. Breakfast better than average for a mid-range property, so I left well prepared for the long drive to Utah. If you're looking for a Four Seasons Beverly Hills type experience you won't find it here. You will find an honest property where the staff try hard to make you feel welcome.

After cancelling reservations at other hotels in town due to cleanliness and cigarette issues this was the cream of the crop. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast solid for a continental style hotel meal. The big bonus is how friendly and professional the staff was. They made us feel like we were the only guests. This was a last minute switch from a very unclean hotel next door to it and they helped out in so many ways. I would stay here everytime I am in Fallon

This place is great and wish all motels in the USA could be just like this one. Super friendly staff, clean modern rooms, no smoking rooms and a good breakfast. I would come back for sure. The only negative we saw was the pool is on the main street and didn't look like it would be comfortable, although we were here in late November and the pool wasn't open

We had a two king bed suite that we stayed in over Thanksgiving. The hotel is quiet, nonsmoking, and has a very nice free breakfast. WiFi is also free. Beds are a bit firm but not uncomfortable. What struck me the most, however, is how friendly and helpful the staff are. The night clerk during check-in, the breakfast attendant, and office staff when asking for a please do not disturb sign at the office, everyone was super friendly. Left us with a smile.

Our stay at the BW Fallon Inn was very enjoyable. The Staff are exceptional and makes guests feel very welcomed. The rooms are large and well cared for. Breakfast is the normal for this class of motel. However the staff puts this motel in a class by itself.

Excellent quality room and service, would stay here again no problem, was really a place to stay while visiting the Naval Air station nearby, but was very happy with service and cost of staying here. Beds were comfy, décor was the norm for American hotels/motels but was in good condition and very clean. The shower facilities were excellent and clean with plenty of towels. The internet was ok, slow at busy times but generally better than most we had stayed at during our 2 week visit to America.

Best hotel in fallon hands down, staff is always helpful and place is always clean. they keep up the rooms with nice pillows and great service. the beds are fantastic, coffee in the morning is great and please don't forget to grab a few cookies in the front office.

It has been 20 years since I have stayed at a BW, and I'm not sure if all Best Westerns have upgraded to this level, but this is by far the nicest and professional hotel I have ever stayed at!!! This will be my primary hotel choice every time I come to this location!!

The hotel is very clean, neat, and well appointed. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable about the hotel and area, and helpful. I was towing a trailer and they advised me about parking in the area, as well as pointing out good places to eat. I would stay here again!

The noise was terrible, room was not kept clean at least 2 days of stay, 85 year old father room was not kept clean at least 1day. Large amount of money was taken from room safe. Manager promised reimbursement only received a 1 night credit. No where near the amount that was taken.

Group of 6 of us stayed here, a few together a few solo. I had my own room, a 2 queen bed setup. A/C was quiet and you could set the fan to run constantly if desired (yes, need the white noise to sleep). Kept the room nice and cold. Numerous towels, shampoos, conditioners, etc. were supplied. Plenty of coffee and such (not a drinker). Other amenities you'd expect from a BW. At reservation I always make a unique request -- a test. Put a picture of Olivia Wilde in the room. Something that rarely happens, or is even acknowledged. Done. A small picture, but nonetheless it was there, as the gentleman promised at check-in. Check-in was a breeze, with helpful, friendly staff. Documents presented in an envelope with wifi info, welcome letter, and info on places to eat in town. Very helpful. Breakfast was standard fare. Waffles, toast, bagles, scrambled eggs, potato nuggets, biscuits, gravy, cereals, etc. They also had yogurts, string cheese, granola bars, OJ, Apple juice, and 2 flavored waters on tap. And hot cereals, too. Missing sausages and bacon, but that seems to be the trend these days. They also had individually wrapped mini-danishes. Not bad. Breakfast room is key card accessible so if you get the munchies and want some cereal or yogurt or cheese, etc. you can get to it. Just not the eggs and such, obviously. Room was quiet. Wifi was flawless and fast - probably the best I've ever had at a hotel anywhere!Probably the "best" Best Western we have ever stayed in. Friendly, helpful staff. Linens, rooms, and bathrooms all clean and comfortable. It's doubtful I'll be in Fallon any time soon again, but if so, I would absolutely stay here again.

You can always trust Best Western Hotels. Most BW hotels are pet-friendly, clean and provide snacks and drinks. They have a variety of rooms to fit most travelers preferable nonsmokers. The bed was very comfortable.

We had a nice 2 bedroom room with two queens size beds and one king size bed. The room was nice, beds were awesome. Everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, but not special. The staff was real friendly!

Best Westerns have really upped their ante. We arrived on a Wednesday and every Wednesday evening they have a complimentary catered dinner for all the guests. Great idea and delicious food. Great location and stop over on our way to Ely, Nevada

My husband & I stayed here on a trip from Southern Nevada to Washington. Easy check in, very clean, able to park directly in front of the room, lots of outlets for charging phones, etc. I got exactly the type of room I asked for. Will definitely stay here again!

I was here three months ago. having taken a second look at the hotel, I can confirm it is as good as I thought last time. once again the front desk people were REALLY nice and helpful, definitely a cut above the usual. my room was spotlessly clean, had all the desirable stuff such as good WiFi, giant screen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron/board, coffeemaker etc. the bed was super-comfy and the linen was like new. the bathroom was clean as a whistle with nice linen. the furniture was nicer than even the usual Best Western, such as the overstuffed wing chair which I would be proud to have in my home, and all the matching faux marble lamps. a little pricey for a boondocks town such a Fallon, but worth it. I'll be back!!!

I arrived late during my first night and was greeted by young man who provided an excellent service. The rooms were great and breakfast was awesome. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am visiting Fallon in the future.

I do read a lot of TripAdvisor reviews before I stay in hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised when this hotel lived up to and exceeded its billing. Check in was ready and waiting for us, and it was quick and easy. Keep in mind this is not a new hotel, but everything has been brought up to the best standards. Nice room, well appointed, and very clean. Right alongside the highway but no traffic or any other noise comes into the room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. In room safe. Great night's sleep. Express checkout. Nice variety at breakfast - pretty standard assortment. A really pleasant experience, particularly after a not so great experience in a BW in Lake Tahoe the night before. Going through Fallon - stay here!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while on vacation. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with quite a few options. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the best Best Western I've ever been. The Hotel crew engages to be best in all aspects. They are friendly they honestly care about every customer and the hotel has everything needed. Many Hotels/Motels should go and learn from that team.

Check-In was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Used the pool to cool down after a long and hot day on the bikes. Several eateries within walking distance. Breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel chain. Jenny (spelling?) at breakfast service was very helpful and friendly. Check-Out was quick and uneventful. Overall a positive experience at this location. Would return if ever in the area again.

The hotel was clean and smelled very good. The staff was very helpful for things to do and places to eat. I had my Grand-Daughter with us and she had a wonderful time in the pool and lounging by the pool. The room was spacious. Had a good time in Fallon.

The staff was nice, tried to be accommodating but the smoking was beyond their control. We walked into a reccommend restaurant but the smell of smokers was so bad we immediatly left. We did find another reasonable place to eat a few doors down.

The staff here went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and be sure we had everything we needed. The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but it was a great experience.

All staffs were professional and nice. Facilities were little bit old but well-tended. Breakfast was OK. Only disappointed point was that I could not use cellphone because there is no antenna even though in downtown..

We returned for the third time and were just as satisfied as previous stays. Quiet, clean, convenient. Comfortable beds. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Love that the breakfast room opens at 5:30 a.m. for breakfast and is available to guests 24 hours for little conveniences. We will continue to choose Best Western for our trips to Fallon.

This really is an exceptional hotel. I feel bad that I didn't write a review twelve months before, on my first visit. Returning this year, the staff were superb from the moment I arrived. I've dealt with three of them in person, over my two visits, and they've all be wonderful. Most 5 Star "Luxury" Hotels don't have people this good (I'd just come from two nights at one of those in Vegas). Not much more to say; the rooms are always spotless and well-turned; the wi-fi works like a dream. Truly a great hotel. P.S On both visits I was driving an R.V. and the staff could not have been more practical or helpful. Unless The Peninsula opens a branch in Fallon I can't believe you will find anywhere better for hundreds of miles (including, and especially, compared to Reno). P.S no idea what some other reviewers are whining about. None of the issues they mentioned have appeared in either of my two random visits a year apart. Some people just like to moan.

We were supposed to stay two nights, but after arriving and the issues experienced, cancelled within a half-hour of arrival. Room #108: 1). No Kleenex, not even an empty box 2). No Laundry Bag 3). One coffee cup 4). Dust on top of the shelf where coffee maker was 5). Somehow a container of red juice or fruit punch spilled inside the refrigerator On the plus side, the fitness room was well stocked with modern equipment and in top condition. It's time for Best Western Corporation to remove it's brand name from the old style one and two story motor courts, especially if they want to keep up with their competitors.

Small town, typical Best Western, clean, quiet and comfortable. Good staff. Only small compaint is aircon was a little noisy (regular thing in older Best Westerns). Pool right next to main road but they had to put it somewhere. Breakfast good. Don't know how many hotels they have in Fallon, but for a typical Best Western experience nothing wrong with it.

I was traveling with a small dog and a cat, so I got their only available "pet friendly" room. It was a dark and dirty looking room. The sheets were clean and so was the bathroom but the overall feel of the place was dingy. The carpet was stained and there were obvious recent accidents from past pets. The refrigerator smelled like dead fish, bad enough it was unusable.There was something smeared on both the table and couch, I don't know what it was but it looked like snot. They did have pet disposal bags but no safe place to walk a dog, especially at night. Additionally, they put a hold on my credit card 3 times. So basically they tied up $496 of my credit for close to a week. The desk staff were very pleasant and didn't understand how that happened but were unable to fix it. They said it should just drop off, eventually it did several days later. It is quite inconvenient to be traveling across country and have that big a chunk of credit held for so long. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in awhile, I am not a fan of their pet policies and fees so probably won't being staying with this chain again if I can help it.

I would stay again. Clean, convenient and helpful staff. The hotel could use some updating, but was clean. I would also like to suggest more people during the 5-6 pm hour of the day. Wyatt greeted my coworker and I at check in but he was trying to check people in and answer phones. It took about 20 minutes to check in.

On a week long motorcycle road trip, this Best Western provided a comfortable nights sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was satisfying, with many options (hot and cold). Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Plenty of secure parking available. Definitely a nice place to stay.

We have stayed in Fallon for last 3 years. We bring large family with us. We need a good night's sleep. But wake up with backaches and neck pain from lumpy bed and pillows. Everything else is perfect but a good night sleep is essential when travelING. This was the first year there with is problem. The first two years had good beds.

An excellent value for a three star motel. Staff is well trained and helpful in suggesting places to dine in Fallon. The early morning breakfast start is handy for people who want to get on the road early. 5:30 Am is a nice start for breakfast

Nothing special, just a good, clean, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful in finding parking for my rv with trailer and in recommending restaurants. Good location and easy ingress and egress.

A cut above. Well cared for property by exceptional staff. EVeryone seems happy to be working here. Rooms are nice. Breakfast served with a smile. Worth every penny and then some. I am very impressed!!

The check in experience was great. Envelope ready with keys, wi if password & a restaurant listing. The room is nice, 2 queen beds, with a sitting area in the second room suite. Cookies available at check in. Breakfast is served from 5:30-9:30 and paper plates and utensils are available 24 hours/day. The breakfast room also has water, tea & coffee at all times. Very convenient location. Would stay again.

After a long drive from Las Vegas and numerous stops we were ready to relax. Upon arrival we were met with a very professional, friendly and helpful check in staff person. Who explained everything about the process. Where the amenities were. And of course I grabbed a couple cookies which were delicious. They gave us a list of the eating places in town and their ratings from their staff. The room was clean and ready for us. The refrigerator was already nice and cold to put our drinks in. The breakfast the next morning was well stocked and helpful staff. So, we took advantage of that. Check out staff was quick and efficient. Good place to stay.

Our room was nice. The hotel was clean as well. Their breakfast left me hungry as the food offered was hardly edible. There was not much healthy offered. Whole wheat bread and peanut butter would be nice

Driving through Nevada on a very hot late-June day, this hotel was a welcome sight as we got off the road. After resting for awhile in our comfortable, cool, clean room, we walked down to street just a couple of blocks to a local restaurant with very good food. There were several other choices of places to eat that were within walking distance which might have been equally good.

front desk reception was very nice. my room was very good. it had all the amenities, wide-screen flat-screen TV, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee maker, work desk etc. nice bathroom. bathroom and bedroom both VERY clean. real comfy bed. good WiFi. exactly what i wanted and exactly why i book Best Western, they are reliably good like this. a little pricey for boondocks Fallon but it is summer travel time and prices go up....I would definitely stay here next time I am in Fallon, which may be in the boondocks but is a nice, friendly town.

Probably the "best" Best Western we have ever stayed in. Helpful staff, fast internet, clean, comfortable beds, quiet. We couldn't have been happier. We visited Lattin Farms and bought some of their fresh produce, eggs, and their pasta sauce and salsa. Next time we travel this way we'll be staying @

Great hotel stay. Room was pleasant and quiet. Everything was super clean and the air conditioner worked great. Good variety at breakfast and there was something for everyone. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great facility with friendly, helpful staff. Was pleased that healthy breakfast items were offered, in addition to the usual spread. Free water bottles were also a nice perk. Conveniently located to restaurants and casinos, right on the main road. We stayed in a suite, very roomy, with a private bedroom. If you are traveling with a large group, or need privacy, the suite is perfect.

The manager, Wyatt, was extremely helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Room temperature was great. We had everything we needed. The Best Western breakfast is the one area for all their hotels that needs to be modified. Most of it is sugary and high carb. When they do serve eggs/meat it is really horrible. It's almost become a deal-breaker for us. We don't eat sugar/grains so if they even served boiled eggs it would give us something healthy and nutritious to eat before we begin traveling. It's disappointing.

I been staying at Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites for the past four years. I have seen it transform into a modern day hotel with such improvements as a larger breakfast area serving a wide range of items, property exterior, remodeled pool and a small gym. The staff is extremely professional and courteous and willing to help make your stay better. Rooms are kept clean and have daily housekeeping. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave. Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites is my go-to hotel.

We had stayed here two years ago when we went to a high school graduation and were very pleased with the room. They were in the middle of a remodel and they saw to it we had a newly removed room. We returned this year because of the room and great service.

Rates were reasonable, membership card was honored, breakfast provided. Good, clean room. New manager and first day employee went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They were also helpful wth recommendation for activities while we were in town.

After a bad experience at the last BW we stopped at, this one was the exact opposite. From the time we arrived to our departure the staff at Fallon in reception, breakfast room and in housekeeper exuded professionalism. The room was excellent and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. Probably one of the best Best Western's we have ever been to. If in Fallon stop here!

Our room was well appointed, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending a restaurant for dinner. The hotel was easy to find right on the main highway. I would stay here again. I took a walk around the neighborhood and felt very safe.

Room was clean, quiet and looked like it was recently updated. Lobby very nice and well lit. Front desk personnel very friendly. Breakfast was adequate and not bad for the room price. There are several restaurants nearby as well as a gas station and Walgreen's.

The building is older but don't let that fool you. The room was clean, updated, and a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was real good. There was lots of food to choose from. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The front clerk gave us some time to get settled and then called the room to ask if we needed anything and if everything was ok. We stopped in Fallon after a long drive from southern NV. We were happy to find a Best Western here. The rooms were clean and off of the highway. The front desk was able to give us restaurant options for Dinner. Happy to see a dairy alternative at breakfast. The breakfast room is open all day and night with fresh bottled water, cold juice and coffee.

I stayed here due to their pet friendly policy. I was struck by how all the staff bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your room and breakfast. Rooms are very clean and comfortable . I would stay here again for business and leisure.

Found a great deal on one of the 3rd party sites and decided to try it. It was clean and okay. The bed was really uncomfortable for me but hubby said it was okay. There was a Comfort Suite in town, I would probably stay there if I stayed in Fallon again. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the room quiet. For the price it was doable for one night.

This was my 4th stay for work at the Best Western. From the desk team to the breakfast attendants, from housekeepers to the hotel manager, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. My friend and I are on a road trip in the west. We stayed at the BW one night and left, It was very clean and the people were very nice. Great breakfast in the AM, and they had bottles of water for weary travelers. When we left and were about 2 1/2 hrs down the road, my friend realized she had left something behind. We called, but the manager said he was not able to send the item (not saying what it was), so we turned around and went to get it. On the way I decided to get an oil change, it was time. We retrieved the item and stayed another night. Took car into Toyota for oil change in AM, and they said it needed brakes, which would take it past check out time. We explained this to manager and he said he would give us til noon and stay in room. Well, it took longer and they had to get room cleaned, so he set us up in the breakfast room. I really appreciated his friendliness, and his willingness to help. All of the staff was very friendly. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Best Western Fallon, Inn & Suites.

We stayed here on the way to Los Vegas and again on our return home. As Diamond members we expect a little more, sorry for the ego, but on the way to Vegas no offer of upgrade or even offer of normal gift. Pretty much as usual. On the way home we checked in at about 3:30, check in is 3:00. Wyatt gave us our little gift as diamond members. When we got to the room it wasn't cleaned. The maids were working on it and another room next to it. Wyatt came over and said that it would be another 10-15 minutes. Then the maids started working on the other room only. I asked if someone was waiting for that room and was told no. So Wyatt shifted the maids to our room. In the mean time Wyatt went back to the office and then came back with an upgrade room to a jacuzzi room at no extra charge. Thanks Wyatt for all the help, long day with a good ending.

Great location. Quiet and comfy. Check in was quick and simple. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and fresh. I saw people working and cleaning the property. Looked week upkept. I was very impressed with this stay. I will be back.

Stayed here at the Best Western Inn and Suites Fallon, NV while passing thru for business. I'm not a big Best Western fan but this is one of the locations I return to. The rooms have been renovated and are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were traveling back from Yuma, AZ and like to stay in Fallon. This Best Western in close to casinos and restaurants. It is recently remodeled, which may not be 100% complete, but our room was very nice. Good brunch in the am and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Good rate as well.

Room was clean. Night shift was friendly Easy to park right off the main road. Coffee in the room.Water was hot.Pillows where good would defiantly stay again. But no one told us breakfast was included ((thanks trip advisor )) you didn't let me down .

My wife and I travel on vacation several times a year and Best Western has become our "go to" choice for hotel accommodations. The BW in Fallon was one of several that we stayed at on this trip. Our room was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working condition. The facility seemed a little older and has exterior room entrances. It is located on a busy main street and surrounded by gas stations, restaurants, and other hotels, which gave it a "boxed in" feeling. There are no open spaces outside to sit and relax or where children can play. Overall, it was reasonably priced and met our needs as an overnight stop over along the way.

Checked in sort of late, after 9 pm. The night desk person was very professional. He handed me an envelope with my room keys and a welcome note and the local area restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. House keeping staff was excellent. The breakfast was tasty and very filling. When I need to return to Fallon, Nevada, I will be staying at The Best Western Fallon Inns & Suites.

This property is conveniently located downtown Fallon. The rooms are nicely furnished, my only complaints are limited outlets, I had to get creative plugging in necessary electronics. There's not much sound proofing in the walls, I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The staff is very friendly, upon check in I was given a welcome letter from the owner and a list of local restaurants which was very helpful. I ate at 3 of the ones identified as staff favorites, I can see why.

We had stayed here before so had good reason to return. This stay was just as excellent as the first from check-in to check-out. Still clean, comfortable, quiet, and a good value. Even though there were lots of workers staying at the hotel, I never heard a peep once in my room. Breakfast room is kept clean and well-stocked. It was very convenient that it opens early -- 5:30 a.m. We would not hesitate to return.

It was the most accommodating place I have stayed in a long time. There was great customer service, fresh clean rooms, hot breakfast available with lots of choices, and awesome feng shui. It was a good central location close to shopping, restaurants and treasures to discover.

The selection of hotels in the area is a little slim, but this property was very clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The hotel is constructed in old fashion “drive up and park in front of your room style” which I thought would be problematic with noise, but overall it wasn't bad. Parking was tight but available, however, unless there is overflow that I did not see, U-Hauls or cars with trailers might have limited parking. The room was well cared for and the mattresses were comfortable, however, the furniture was showing signs of use as were the bathroom fixtures. The room was supplied with the basics, (coffee, fridge, toiletries, etc.) and overall everything wasn't too bad. The breakfast has very nice and had a few “gluten free” options. Did not use the pool, fitness center, laundry or Wi-Fi, so can't really comment on those features.

for some reason when i went there it was really love at first sight for hotels anyway because they have free wifi that is secure and also it is clean not like buget inn which was worse the room we got was two bed a sink and toliterys which was good idea and even cookies also have a gym and a pool so yes i would like to reccommend this place to my friends

Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels which I really appreciate. The breakfast was typical waffles, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. A great place to stop for one night.

My son and I arrived late - about 7:30 pm. I had reserved a room with two king sized beds. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. When my son and I discovered a problem with our room, they immediately put us in another room (upgraded to a suite at no additional charge) and apologized for the inconvenience. The suite was very nice and provided additional privacy. Instead of one large room with two beds, it had two rooms with one bed each (sharing a bathroom). It could have been a little cleaner, but overall, was very good. The beds were clean and the bathroom as well, except for a strange footprint and a little (yucky) residue on the wall near the toilet. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. There were eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, a variety of cold cereals, oatmeal, plain and flavored yogurts, various pastries, bagels, and other bread items, fruit (fresh, dried, and fruit cups), juice, cheese sticks, granola bars, and of course, coffee, tea, and cocoa. I would choose this inn again over any other I've stayed at in Fallon and would consider Best Western in other locations, as well.

Albeit, the selection of premium modern hotels are sparse, Best Western Fallon, is comparable to the competition and selection in the area. One will find the amenities equal to most, which is not surprising, but the service, that's what differentiates and solidifies it's namesake, 'Best' Western. For this reviewer, I had forgotten some essential travel items in a dresser drawer and a nook in a closet. Already ar the airport and having made this discovery, I called the hotel and they had already meticulously listed the items found and graciously offered to send them to me. For some, this may be an expectant service from a hotel in a more known locale, not from a small town where the predominate guests are merely passing through. I too was passing through and yet this stay reaffirmed the quaint pleasantries and generosity of a small town, it's people, and service that went above and beyond.

We had been traveling for two days from vacation and our kids had lost their patience. So we made a quick reservation on expedia right before Fallon. When we got there,much to my horror, I discovered my dates where changed online and it got booked two weeks in advance. Thankfully Harshil at the front desk was amazing and by perfect timing we luckily got the last room!! He was so understanding about my mess up and very helpful with my other reservation . He made fresh cookies for my boys and even gave them milk with it! He turned a stressful situation into a great night with three happy boys! We couldn't be more grateful. The two room suite was big and roomy enough for my boys to run around in. I just can't say enough good things about our stay because he really did give great customer service and made our night so much better. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone!!!

Room A/C didn't work and there was a funny smell that they were trying to mask with electric device. Parking was a hassle with my van and trailer, but staff was very helpful in finding a way out of the parking lot and park next door. On my return leg of my trip, they refused to check me in early, even though they had rooms available. Then they refused to give be any part of a refund.

Large rooms-very nice, and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. So much to choose from. We especially loved the oatmeal bar, with the many different toppings. Service was excellent! Damien at the front desk was polite and efficient. Sarah in the breakfast room was a gem! We will definitely stay here again, and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very nice property...room interior appears to have been recently updated!!! Nimesh (the young gentleman working the front desk was absolutely terrific!!!! Very personable, helpful in many ways, and very professional appearance. Always greeted me by name. Other staff including the general maintenance guy and the housekeeping staff were also very polite and helpful.

From the beginning of make reservations until checkout I was given excellent service. As a Senior Citizen I needed special arrangements. Close to office and breakfast room. They made a special effort for all the above. I was very satisfied with the experience.

We were passing through fallon en route to burning man and needed a handful of hours for some pre burn r&r. Best Western had a huge lot to park the RV free of charge. We were greeted by Sarah who made our short stay short of stopping by mom's. Her welcoming smile and platter of freshly baked cookies went straight to the heart. The handful of breakfast items we enjoyed in the middle of the night was the perfect gesture to our hungry and tired bunch. Thank you for the quick and comfortable accommodations!

We just made a a quick, one-night stop here the first night of our trip. It was fine for the one night. The room was clean, but not "spotless", and the property is pretty old. The door to our room didn't fit well into the door jamb, but it locked, so we were OK. However, I was really pleased to see a display of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in their lobby! We spoke with the manager and he is proud to show these an also to be in a town like Fallon with an active military base. This made our stop really worthwhile!

Fallon was the halfway point for our trip to Boise so we stayed at the Best Western both ways. It's right off the highway and easy to to find. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing special. The desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. I needed a room on the first floor and they changed it for me no problem. The breakfast buffet has a lot of selections, even make them yourself waffles, but don't get the scrambled eggs. There is a casino just down the road which is supposed to have a good steak restaurant but we were so tired that we didn't make it. My daughter said the pool was cool and refreshing. As I said it's nothing special but a good place to rest and relax.

Having been on a motorcycle all day it was good to find a motel with a very nice, helpful staff, and a comfortable bed for our weary bodies. The rooms were very nice and clean. Having a restaurant there also was good as we didn't want to unload and get back on the cycle to find a place to eat. Great motel!

We got a good night's sleep at this BW. Recommended. Breakfast nothing to write home about, though. But it rarely is in American motels. The pool is right next to the main street but despite the traffic it was nice to be able to loosen up with a swim after a whole day's driving.

We were greeted bye the nicest young lady Sarah! She welcomed us with a smile and had fresh cookies for the kids! So polite and helpful! The room was very clean, pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Nice breakfast area and again Sarah was the best!!!

We had a terrific experience at this hotel. Front desk staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. There is a nice welcoming letter as well as a listing of restaurants and directions. Our rooms were very clean. Housekeeping obviously takes pride in their job. Breakfast was the standard fare. Again, very clean and well stocked. Breakfast attendant was very helpful. Internet was very speedy. We did not experience any problems on this trip, but I had a feeling that if their was something lacking the staff at this hotel would attend to it right away. A very good choice if you are staying in Fallon.

They have just remodeled this property. It is nice now and has a larger breakfast room. The selection for breakfast was a little lacking. No meat! The lady at breakfast went out of her way to get my kids extra food and some stickers.

the rooms were disgusting. smelled of ashtray and trash/mold smell. bed sheets were not clean either. the rest of hotel was great. staff was very kind and helpful and made everything as easy as possible. the pool was clean and had no issues there. the room was just so gross smelling and the bed sheets were not clean either. for me.. I would of rather the room be clean than any of the group areas.

Renovated rooms and a great staff. Breakfast was typical hotel level...it has a nice hot tub and pool...in fallon u dont have a lot a good choices...this is a really good one.....when we walked in our room we thought we were at a hampton! Best western is becoming one of our top chains

Absolutely the most affordable 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in! I could not find a thing wrong in this place. Absolutely your best place too stay in Fallon. They offer a very nice complimentary breakfast that included waffles, eggs and sausage. Also biscuits and gravy. They even have a staff member in a hair net to assist you with your breakfast needs. Pet friendly with a small deposit and a descent place on the property to take your pets to go potty. A must stay when in Fallon! even have complementary cookies in the office. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Even got to meet the owner in the morning. Looks like he takes the time to greet customers outside the office to be sure there stay was exceptional. Very, very nice!!!

Had a quick stay. We were well taken care of. Breakfast was great; there was a wide variety of things to eat - from eggs and toast to oatmeal, waffles and even yogurt. They were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay with them again. Thanks for a great stay.

I have to be honest. My wife and I are spoiled and high maintenance. We are from Vegas, and we are used to some of the nicest hotels in the world. We typically never stay in a Best Western. As we were passing through Fallon, we had to pick a place to stay. Since this was rated number one hotel in Fallon, we took a chance. All I can say is WOW!! We were blown away. I have never seen such a clean, well maintained Best Western hotel in my life. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. The breakfast room is spotless, and the morning breakfast is amazing. The front desk staff and managers are outstanding. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in managing this hotel, and it's customer service. This has to be the biggest kept secret in Fallon Nevada. If you are reading this, you MUST go stay there, and check out this hidden gem. This place is better than most Hyatt, JW Marriott and Holiday Inns anyday!!! I will be back for sure anytime I come through this way.

LOVED this hotel! :"Nimesh" at the front counter was the best hotelier I have ever seen!! Amazing customer care! From the pre-prepared welcome envelopes with our names on the front to telling us how many doors from our room to the breakfast area. Room was fantastic! Breakfast had everything; including a very nice attendant. Fallon really is an "Oasis" and Best Western it's resort. :)

We do not make reservations any longer, when travelling. We enjoy seeing how far we can make it before needing a hotel room. The Fallon Inn & Suites Best Western was so nice. We were glad to find a nice room, friendly and helpful staff at the end of our day. We had questions regarding the town and some services we might find there, including restaurant suggestions and directions. The staff was so helpful. I have usually enjoyed my Best Western stays. Thank you Fallon BW for being so wonderful!

My stay here for one night was spontaneous, as I drove onto Colorado. Am pleased with my stay, including staff. Chose to stay in a room with Jacuzzi. A first. for me. Using the Jacuzzi was a relaxing treat. Room clean and organized, nice sitting area, Breakfast is consistent with every other BW have eaten breakfast. Would stay here again. This was our second stay in 3 weeks and we were very pleased with the remodel and the helpfulness of the the entire staff. It is a very convent location and we found our room very clean and nice. We stayed in a king suite and everything was in good working order.

Very clean. Comfortable beds AND pillows. Met all of our needs at a very affordable price. We will be staying here again when we pass through. The breakfast was very good and the serving area was very clean.

Well, if you happen to be in Fallon for some reason then this is a viable place to stay. We were passing through and just needed a bed for the night and that's what we got. Everything about the room was old but usable and somewhat clean except the bathroom failed a black light test like all hotels do. Never touch the wall next to the toilet as hotels will clean the toilet but not the walls...believe me. The breakfast was good and got us going for the day. The only problem there were the people (the hotel has no control over that) that crowded in and let their ADD kids run wild in the room. One ran around our table screaming something while mom and dad choked down food and kept telling the kid to sit down and eat, 50 times to no avail......nice! In fact they probably had the room above us since someone up there walked back and forth the length of the room for two hours that night. What does someone do for two hours walking in a 30 ft. room for 2 hrs.??? We just couldn't give this place more than 3 stars but if we are in Fallon again we would stay again and hope for better guests.

We stayed here when visiting family. We had all the cousins come over and play in the pool. The place was so clean and the staff amazing. Jamarkus went out of his way to help us. And the grab and go was so helpful (you need to ask for it) to me by making it easy not having to stop for lunch because they made us one. We will be using this hotel the next time we come into town. Thank you for making our stay great. Your employees make the place!

if you're in Fallon it doesn't get any better than this. Rooms are quiet and have been recently redone, breakfast is great, staff very friendly and helpful, list of local restaurants is very helpful. Located close to everything.

This was just a one night stop over on our road trip, but the hotel was nice and the staff very helpful. When we arrived late at night, we were booked into a room on the second floor. I explained that I had hoped for a room on the first floor as we had a heavy cooler we wanted in the room. Since this room was what was available, he offered to carry the cooler upstairs for us. In the morning, someone else was able to help carry it back down. Overall, the room was clean and we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Yosemite. We got a two-bedroom room with two king beds. The room was very clean, and updated nicely. I would stay here again. My mom had the breakfast that they offer in the mornings and she didn't love it, but that's not a deal breaker.

Every time we stay here, we notice improvements the owners have made. This time, it was a larger eating area. Food is always good. They have upon request, almond milk and gluten-free bread. Breakfast starts at 5:30 so one can get an early start. Care taken in painting the room; no paint on the door hinges or switch plate covers. The room has both a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide alarm. Extra outlets by the bed. Microwave and above-average 3' refrigerator that has a crisper drawer and a freezer. Tea as well as coffee. Atul selects the colors and fabrics for the rooms and breakfast area; she has a good eye for it. I don't usually hand out a 5, but I think the owners have earned it with what they've done with this place.

The room was very clean, great tv, and very comfortable pillows. The service was excellent, every staff encountered was friendly and helpful. We had the free breakfast and there was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from, very delicious! We booked the hotel traveling through Nevada and had to travel a little south of I-80 to get there but it was well worth the comfortable, clean stay.

Office staff was excellent, prices was great, bed very comfortable, rollaway available, conviently located near restaurant, gas and stores. the parking was good, the a/c was great, plenty of pillows and towels, the pool was clean with towels available and it was quite quiet in the evening when we retired for the night. The morning checkout was fast and easy, will definitely stay yhere again.

We had a very pleasant stay in Fallon - the hotel was clean, a fair price, and had good customer service. The front desk employee was very professional and helpful. A family checked in before us and he helped them take luggage to their room. The beds were comfortable and the room had a good TV, fridge and coffee service. They also had a good continental breakfast with a friendly lady refilling supplies and cleaning up. We would stay there again. They offer free wifi, but I'm not sure it was working...we couldn't connect. I didn't bother to report it to the management as it was late and we were just going to sleep.

After a long day of riding we stopped in for the night. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cookies! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was nice. Got to do a little laundry for the ride home. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and casinos. Would stay again.

The Stafff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The WIFI is excellent. Breakfast is great and if your on the run they have Grab and Go bags for you.It is centrally located and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores.

You won't find a better staff. Spent 10 other nights at the Best Western Inns on this trip. These guys are the best of the best. I git the last room, they could of charged me $150 a night, stayed at their normal rate of $119. I thanked them for not doing this to me.

We arrived early (3:30 PM). Assigned 2nd floor room, even though I explained to the hotel manager that my wife had a bad back and was very difficult to climb stairs. He provided no accommodation to her needs and assigned a 2nd floor room

Super great staff. Clean. Accommodating and great for a family. If ever I stay in Fallon NV again, this is exactly where I am going to stay. Breakfast was great, Front desk staff great. maintenance man great! Pool was clean. Hospitality at its finest! Micro and fridge freezer in room. It was a true vacation. We were totally impressed with this Best Western. The staff was fabulous and went out of their way to help you in anyway. Always smiling and professional. Rooms were awesome. Fitness room was great. The breakfast was really great. We loved everything about this staff and would highly recommend. Sierra and Hershal were fabulous and Sara in the breakfast room also.

The room was clean and fairly well maintained. The staff was polite and efficient. We stayed here 1 night before Memorial Day weekend, and it was fairly full. The breakfast was typical fare of waffles, powdered scrambled eggs and fruit. Don't expect any breakfast meats. Not a big deal for us, but it might be for others. My biggest complaint is that the staff was parked in designated handicapped parking. A young, very capable man. I watched him as we checked in go to his truck an get something out of it, then come into the lobby where we were. When I made a comment about it both of the desk clerks tried to justify it by saying it had been really busy when he got there and he didn't have any place else to park. Well when we arrived there were plenty of parking places, he should have moved. He has 2 very functional legs and could have walked from nearby parking. I probably won't stay here again. I just didn't feel they were very respectful of persons with handicaps.

I've long been traveling (2-3 times a year) between Los Angeles and Boise, ID. Driving up and down 95, the options can be limited, but I'm pretty sure I've found the best hotel option. For just over $100 I had possibly the cleanest room in any hotel/motel I've ever stayed at, with a full breakfast (albeit continental, but hot food served), a great staff, and so many free amenities. Stopping in Fallon is now going to become the norm; far better than the stays I've had at other places in Fallon and Winnemucca.

I recently stayed at the Best-Western in Fallon, NV with two motorcycle buddies. The staff was happy to provide a roll away bed and set it up for us. The room (2 queens) was small, especially with the roll away bed, but was adequate. They provided extra towels and we were set. Everything in the room was in good working condition and all the furnishings were newer. We had a restful nights sleep. The rooms are all pretty well off the main street. The breakfast room is off the main lobby and was very clean, nicely set up and well attended. The food was fresh and tasty for a hotel. We woke up well rested, had a nice breakfast, and left ready for the day. I just want to add that the front desk staff and all the attendants were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If I ever get to Fallon again in my travels, I'll stay at this Best Western hotel.

Friendliest and most helpful motel I've ever stayed in! The breakfast was amazing! They even had Almond Milk for me as I don't eat dairy. I've never seen so many choices. Comfortable beds too. If we go back to Fallon we definitely will be staying at this Best Western!

I checked in late and the young lady on duty could not get my corporate American Express charge to go through, she called the Manager on duty and he came right in to help. He was able to make the charge go through so that I did not have to use my personal card for the payment. The room was beautiful, clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. If I get up this way again, I will definitely stay here!! Thank you.

Recommend this great Bestwestern for awesome comfort great customer service. Our check in clerk was very knowledgeable of the areas restaurants and recommendations where right on. Try the Casino steak house for dinner and Jerry's for lunch great food.

Great place to stay, I have stayed at all of the hotels in Fallon and this is the best. It is clean and great people that work there, you will be handled with care. They will go out of their way for you and your family.

Certainly the best choice in town with good value for rooms with a suite. Staff is very friendly and gives good ideas on where to dine in town . The mattresses are of the highest quality in any motel I have stayed at in the last year.

The beds were extremely comfortable and I think that's the most important thing for a hotel. The staff was always friendly. The hot breakfast was good. Our granddaughter loved the whipped cream on the waffles. The pool was refreshing on a hot day! We're headed back there in a couple of weeks.

This is a motel - out door entrance. The first impression by the young man at the front desk - very good. He was professional and very helpful. The bathroom is small - only the toilet and tub. Sink is in the bedroom area. The room was very clean - but the a/c was wonky. At one point, it felt like warm air coming out. To be fair, the outdoor temp was over 100. The bed was hard, but the shower head was awesome. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was acidic and my husband said the eggs were pretty awful. There were other choices though. The pool is outside and, as most outside pools, not very clean. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and gas. All in all, I would recommend for a one night stay.

This was an amazing Best Western. Excellent service. Catered to my special wishes. Bent over backwards to help in anyway. Quite and super clean. The beds were amazing. The breakfast was excellent, had many choices to choose from. A major breakfast feast. Parking was great. Your able to park in front of your room. Major plus.

Located conveniently on the main street in Fallon. Close to downtown and the base is not too far away. Hotel has recently been completely redone and is in excellent condition. Staff has a list of local restaurants and the ones we have tried have been very good. Highly recommend this hotel if your in Fallon

We come to Fallon often to visit family. This was our first stay at the Best Western. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Our 2 queen bed room was clean and spacious and included a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The sink is outside the bathroom which simplifies things with multiple people getting ready in the morning. Breakfast is included and is typical for a budget hotel. Offerings included waffles, a variety of bread for toast (gluten free available on request), yogurt, apples, oranges, bananas, instant oatmeal, yogurt, string cheese, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, scrambled eggs one morning and egg and cheese "omelettes" the other. Bacon or sausage would have been a nice addition, as would butter (only "Smart Balance" was available), but overall, for the price, there was an adequate selection. Sarah, the breakfast hostess, greeted us warmly each morning and serves with a smile. She clearly takes pride in her responsibility for the breakfast room and it shows. We were very pleased with out stay and I'm sure we will be returning for future visits.

I had driven three hours in rain and couldn't wait to get checked in and relax. When I arrived, the power was out from a storm. It wasn't just them, even the street lights weren't working. They could not apologize enough even though it was not their fault!! They offered me the option of hanging out in the lobby (which is pretty nice) or the breakfast room if I didn't want to go to my room. They kept asking me if there was anything they could do to make me comfortable until I could be in my room with power. When the power came on they brought the sign in paperwork to my room so I didn't need to go back to the office. The room was clean and comfortable. They do not have an elevator. The flat screen TV is mid sized. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the toiletries were nice. This motel was close to several place to eat and some were within walking distance. They have a breakfast room, exorcise room and a couple of computers and a printer for business travelers and they are pet friendly. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff! I will make a point of staying here the next time I am in town!

We were especially impressed with the helpful staff at this motel. The condition of the facilities was excellent....well cared for. It is nice to have a good hotel in this location, because the town itself doesn't offer much - a place to stop over on a long drive along highway 50.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Upside very nice staff! very nice breakfast waffles. Clean rooms. Downside Beds were pretty uncomfortable and we could hear the neighbors and traffic sounds. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was very caring, professional and helpful when we needed information about how to get around the town. They also shared with us where the best places were to eat. Who knew they would have such fantastic mexican food and sushi in Fallon, NV? I would definitely stay again.

For those of us tired of taking I-80 across Nevada, US-50 is a nice diversion. While traveling West on US-50, a good stop is the Best Western in Fallon, NV. Reasonably priced and a comfortable stay. Shopping and plenty of places to eat are nearby. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. As we were unpacking the car, one of the staff offered to help carrying our luggage. The room was very clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of nice pillows. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and quite tasty. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay again.

Every staff member we dealt with on our trip was above average in customer service. I was so grateful as I was traveling alone with two small children. My only complaint was I woke up in the middle of the night to loud barking dogs, I ended up drowning them out by turning the fan on all night. We stayed in a suite, it was very clean and had lots of room. They have a separate room for breakfast and had lots of options, the young women taking care of breakfast even made bags of snacks for my kids to take along in the car. We will definitely stay there on our next trip through Fallon.

Room was quiet and comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked (tad upgrade with some strawberries and blueberries) and friendly staff supervising the breakfast area. Would stay here again if in the area.

I was driving to Las Vegas and didn't want to do it in one day so I picked Fallon off the map because it had a variety of motel choices. Got in earlier than expected, about 12:30, and stopped by the motel to see when my room would be available. They have no obligation to provide it before the 3:00 PM check in time, but if it wasn't rented the night before, or has already been cleaned I have normally been able to get in early. The desk clerk said the room was available but there would be a $10 per hour charge for checking in early. If I were asking for extra service, I could understand that, but as the room was already clean and available, that doesn't make sense. I didn't need the room, it would have just been convenient to have unpacked, so I left the car in their parking lot, went to have lunch and explored the town until 3:00. It just seems like a way to make more money without any effort required on their part. Other than that, a decent place to stay for a night.

We stayed in Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites early May 2016. The reception was very kind and quick, room was spacious and clean, and breakfast in the morning beyond our expectations. We can only recommend this accommodation.

The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Very supportive to military and veterans. Best Western was our best place to stay. The food was great. The bed was great for sleeping. .

We were in town with a group of friends to go geocaching in our 4x4s on local dirt roads. We wanted a convenient location to come home to each day as we knew we would be dusty and tired. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet so I slept through each of the four nights waking refreshed each morning. The breakfast room was small, but the staff kept it well stocked and clean. I thought the array of foods was definitely adequate (waffles, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, a selection of cereals, oatmeal, nice bowl of fresh fruit, granola bars, yogurt, fruit cups, string cheese). I especially appreciated that they kept both regular and light yogurt stocked as many BWs I have been to run out of regular and I can't eat the light. The room was very clean, the staff friendly ... I could tell that the staff took pride in the hotel. We would definitely return if in the area again.

When traveling, we often seek out Best Western hotels; the name is often synonymous with quality. Such was our experience here in Fallon. The young man who greeted us at the reception area, in fact, was very accommodating and polite. Our room was well-equipped & comfortable. My only complaints are small ones- and ones where most hotels fall short. The lighting was poor-- needed more lamps and higher wattage bulbs. And the coffee was blah. Small problems, admittedly. Wifi worked well. Be forewarned that they have soft water- so, a"little dab'll do ya" with soaps and shampoo.

I stay at about 200-300 hotels a year for work and this place is great. I was greeted by the gentleman at the desk. Harshil was so warm courtious ,professional, nice suit .he made us feel like it was a five star hotel. the room was large,nice soft king sized beds lush towels. great breakfast, eggs potatoes waffles with blue berries and chocolate chips even string cheese. The entire staff was warm and very helpful and we will be back.....!!!!!! COme Here !!

Our room at the Best Western seemed a little larger than other hotel rooms and the 2 king sized beds were comfortable. At check in we received good customer service but I forgot to note the clerk's name (sorry). The breakfast was average but Sarah went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She was very personable. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We called ahead and reserved one of two rooms left. It was late and we were tired from driving all day. The person that checked us in was very nice and he came an carried our bags up the stairs for us as there were no elevators. We really appreciated it.

Stayed over one night passing through to Eastern Washington. Everything was super, clean, and well appointed, Small bathroom but typical of best westerns. Only complaint was the mattress had a deep valley in the middle. Worst night sleep I had on our road trip. We stayed in Best Western's up and back on this trip, and despite the bed I am really glad we did. We saved a lot of money (usually stay at Hilton brand when available) and they were mostly great,

I had to travel to Fallon, NV for a family issue. I called around to a few hotels and when Dillon answered at Best Western he sincerely sounded like he wanted my business; unlike the other reps at the other hotels. I ended up choosing to stay here because of Dillon. When I arrived I told him of the other locations' lack of enthusiasm and even though they were cheaper I opted to choose his hotel. He offered to price match my room for me because I had searched hotels.com and he wanted to make sure to win my business. When we got to our room I was dismayed to find that the toilet wasn't functioning and the fridge wasn't very cold but I called the front desk and Dillon said he'd be right up. He was able to fix the toilet, but there was nothing he could do about the fridge. He offered us a different room and a discount for the inconvenience. I accepted and he helped us move our stuff to the new room and he made sure that all the amenities were working before switching us. I was VERY pleased with Dillon and his excellent customer service skills. If I have to return to the Fallon area again I will most definitely be checking out the Best Western again!!

Over priced but other wise adequate facilities, clean and comfortable. I felt like they I was been taken advantage of due to the fact that motel happened to be close to the casino. I suppose if you are in Fallon for business rather then pleasure you should use another motel as you get the same service with much less cost.

We arrived at the hotel without reservations. They easily accommodated us and price matched to the price I had seen on Trip advisor. The manager walked in as we are checking in and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He saw that my son was interested in Airplanes and showed us the pictures that he had on the wall that were signed by the pilots. Our room was ready quickly and was very clean and nicely appointed. Coffee and lemonade with fresh cookies were always available in the lobby. We took advantage of the continental breakfast which had many things to choose from including fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy in addition to the standard things like cereal ,oatmeal, yogurt and the like. we stayed at the same hotel a week later on our way back through the area and will definitely be back again. Thank you for the wonderful and friendly service.

Spent the day on US 50 and had trouble finding lodging in the small towns on our route. Found this BW on Booking.com and were thrilled with the value! Wonderful hotel with large spotless room and nice full-service restaurant on site.

I called and found the online reservation had not reserved the correct room. The staff made things great and I got the room I needed. Everyone in the wedding party got a great night sleep and the wedding was wonderful. A great night sleep made everything work well. Thanks for going the extra mile and making my daughter's special day a success.

We have stayed in Fallon NV at this Best Western and have never had a bad experience. All of the employees at the front desk, housekeeping and the employee responsible for breakfast are warm and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay in Fallon.

Let me start off by saying I have stayed in A LOT of hotels around the world and who would have thought that the friendliest staff would be found in Fallon Nevada!!! From check in to the breakfast area to the hotel owner stopping to greet guests and check on their stay. Very attentive!! The property is a little older, but well maintained. I'm not planning on visiting Fallon again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here!

was a very pleasant stay it was late when we arrived and the clerk was friendly and very helpful getting us checked in and with our luggage to the room nice rooms and had a wonderful breakfast area . great selection for choices for breakfast

This hotel was clean and nice and suited us well on our way through Fallon. But most impressive was the service. I had a problem with my online reservation and when we arrived at midnight the lady at the front desk was most accommodating. Then the general manager, Nimesh, came and helped resolve the situation and got us settled in a very nice room for a great rate. A couple days after our stay he exchanged phone calls and emails with me and Best Western customer care until my original booking issue was resolved without me being charged. The service was professional and above and beyond. That combined with a neat clean hotel made for a very pleasant experience. I will stay here again next time I am through Fallon.

When staying in Fallon don't even consider any other place to stay. Great accommodations, great staff, super clean and quiet! Will stay again whenever I come through again. I was especially impressed with the very concern for our needs and our enjoyment and comfort.

We stopped for one night on a cross-country trip. Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. The receptionist wasn't overly enthusiastic upon checkin. Nor did she answer the phone when we called with a question. But that was minor in light of our stay. The breakfast was really nice, with a friendly server.

We stayed at the Best Western and were pleased with the staff. The rooms were nicer than we expected and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good too. We wanted a good deal and looked at several websites then called and they said that they would match the price. You just have to make sure to check the price not just by what's listed on discount websites but actually click on the room as if your buying it and sometimes the prices go up.

The staff at this location is wonderful. The manager was very helpful and kind, the room was very clean and comfortable. Even the breakfast room attendant went above and beyond. I also really appreciated the little welcome envelope that you receive on check in, that includes a list of restaurants in the area and highlights staff and local favorites. The service was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

As a business traveler, I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and in most of the states of the United States. The Fallon Nevada Best Western is the best hotel I have stayed in. It doesn't have the fancy amenities like fine dining that are available in some of the “better” hotels but is has a management and staff that realizes that they are in the hospitality business and goes out of their way to show hospitality to all of their guests. This gives their hotel the atmosphere of home and eases the pain of being away from your own home. I stayed in the Fallon, NV Best Western from 20 January 2016 to 19 February 2016 and on my next business trip to the area, I plan to visit this fine establishment again and plan to recommend it to any who ask where to stay in Fallon NV. From the moment of our arrival we felt very welcome. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was a very nice size and it was very clean. We will definitely stay at the best Western in Fallon again.

We had to stay in Fallon for a family visit. Checking in was friendly and the lobby was very nice. I honestly wasn't expecting much from a motel in a small town but to my surprise the room was extremely clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities in the room were plentiful and useful. What impressed me the most was the staff. The gentleman (forgot his name) at the front desk took the time to walk me to the vending machines and breakfast room since I was confused. I had called front desk asking where they were located from my room. The women who answered told me 4 doors down. Hmmm 4 doors down which way? After walking up and down the motel, I cut my losses and walked to office where the gentleman was happy to walk with me and show me where they were located. The gentleman in the breakfast room was also friendly, talkative, and helpful. So was was the maids, and even the man sweeping the parking lot. Everyone was so nice. We will be driving through in April again and we were going to stay in Reno at a hotel, but why take a chance on a hotel we don't know? We have already made a reservations for this place again! It's a sure thing to have a pleasant experience here!!!

This turned out to be an excellent place to stop for the night on our way north. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we asked about places for dinner we were given a print out of various restaurants close by. The room was super clean, the bed comfy and there was a good selection of breakfast foods. We would definitely stay there at another time.

My husband Tom Jones is running for US Senator in NV. We were campaigning throughout NV and we stayed at the Fallon, NV Best Western Inn & Suites 3-3-2016 we have never been treated better in all of our stays in the US or abroad! Kathy at the front desk welcomed us and we felt like Royalty! The staff went out of there way to help in ways that made me cry real tears out of gratitude! The rooms were spotless, everything was a 10+. We loved the decor, frig, microwave, over sized room, the breakfast waffles/w berries, fresh coffee and all their many other items served were delicious. This was just what we needed before we got back on the road! I would highly recommend The Best Western Inn and Suites, it is the BEST place to stay in Fallon,NV! We will be back!

Was more than pleased with every aspect of the stay. It was my birthday and I mentioned that the bed was so comfortable and I always bring my own pillow, but I liked the way the pillows felt, so I slept on one and in the am I woke up and my neck didn't hurt as it usually did every other morning. I now use my Best Western pillow at home because the owner Mr. Atul Gandhi gave me a pillow for my birthday, which was that same day! I ask my self and you all, who does kind acts such as these nowadays? I will be back and I would recommend Best Western Inn & Suites to all types of travelers. :)

My wife and I stayed here one night as we headed south. At check-in Shelly was a big help with the room price. She was saying $99 but I had seen it here on TripAdvisor for $74. She said that if we could show her that price online she would honor it. We did and she did. Then we asked her if Fallon had a El Pollo Loco. She said no but if you want a restaurant as good or better we should try Maria Bonita. She was right. Large menu to choose from, all burritos $6.95 and a bit larger than Pollo Loco. Maria Bonita had all the good sauces like the avocado one we like. The hotel/motel was fine. No elevator so we took the ground floor. The kind of rooms you can back your vehicle up to if you like. Breakfast was good. Tater tots plus eggs and the usual fare.

Shelly at the front desk was very helpful. The room was decent enough, but had an odd smell. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. If we had stayed another nite, would have asked to be moved

The recent remodel done on this motel is excellent. The rooms, breakfast area and lobby are beautiful for this class of motel. Every area was super clean as well. Every staff member we dealt with was amazingly helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for about a week while we were deciding if we wanted to move to Fallon or not. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was more than adequate and tasty, and the room was very comfortable and clean! The whole visit could not have been better! If we had to identify one thing that we would have liked to have changed, it would be that the pet fee would have either been per visit or capped at a certain dollar amount. It got very expensive staying there with a pet since we had to pay the fee for each night.

The room was small .no table to eat on. Breakfast was non-existant. No fresh fruit, warm milk, Hard cold eggs. no bacon or sausage, no batter for a waffle.We arrived for breakfast at 6:30a.m. and nothing was available. Our reserved room was given to another party. We were charged $81.00 for our first stay and our return was charged at $94.00 The room was smaller and we got not breakfast

We recently stayed at this hotel for several days on Feb. 10,11 , 2016. We found Kathy and Harshi to be very helpful and super friendly. Kathy looked after our check in and ensured that everything was in order. We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Fallon to stay here.

Fallon was a stopover on our road trip, and I chose the Best Western because of price and experience staying with BW. This hotel had nice spacious, clean rooms, very comfortable bed and a good breakfast selection. If I ever have to stop overnight in Fallon again, this will be my first choice.

I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. parking was good. The staff was friendly and cooperative. I liked that fact that there was a laundry and I was able to do a load of clothes. The desk clerk obtained the soap and bounce for me to make it more convenient. I would definitely make a reservation there again when I am coming into Fallon.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Especially Bill the maintenance man, who helped with our bags. The location is very nice and centralized in the town. Our room and the grounds were extremely clean and wonderful. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even our baby slept all night!!!!

We made a stopover and were very impressed. Very clean, great service and well worth the price! Great array of food choices for breakfast that even my picky eaters enjoyed. Kathy, the manager, and her crew were extremely helpful. And finally, being 6'4" I appreciate the shower heads being high and adjustable. I know it's silly but those of you who are tall will appreciate this little extra touch.

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked even though we were at the very end of the service time. The coffee was very good and we were impressed with the selection of items. A super experience for us, clean room, comfortable bed, fast internet connection and a lovely breakfast..

This is an awesome Best Western! The staff are extremely friendly and they take great care of you! Everything is really nice and clean. The lady that works in the kitchen will accommodate your every need. She is an excellent chef and really cares about each guest. If you go through Fallon, stop in and stay here!

Easy location to find, comfortable beds, great breakfast and the best front desk reception from Hershil. He was extremely welcoming and even cleared our truck of snow the next morning when we asked for a brush to do so ourselves.

Nice motel. Good beds Helpful staff. Nice décor. Bit pricey for Fallon Can talk down rate during winter weekday! I travel Nevada weekly as a circuit rider and this is better motel than I usually stay at. Very caring staff and excellent breakfast room setup. Far beyond the usual "Continental Breakfast" More like Europe hotel breakfast!

The Best Western in Fallon, Nevada is a useful hotel when traveling with the whole family. Although my children are small enough that two queen beds was enough, I learned that this hotel offers rooms with three queen beds. We chose this hotel because it serves breakfast and the breakfast exceeded expectations. It featured some hot items, including eggs and tater tots, and yogurt with various fruit options, as well as the traditional continental fare. For our family, the breakfast was easier, healthier, and probably more cost effective than eating at a fast food restaurant. This facility also takes pets, with pet fee of $20.

Everything was above satisfactory. Staff excellent very accommodating with all our request. Breakfast was standard but fresh and in abundance. It was snowing but place was maintained safely. We arrived late in the night and was greeted right away and didn't have to wait.

this one is awesome, we are stop by form long drive, the outside was cold but the room was clean and warm. That's wt we need. Also when u weak up in the morning the breakfast was testy service was good. Gland to be there highly recommend. If u r stop by you definitely will love them especially their manager, the guy is homie.

I stayed at this hotel few weeks back and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Starting with their excellent big clean rooms with great beds and comfortable pillows. The breakfast bar is amazing with fresh breakfasts and clean tables. The staff there was great and very helpful!. One thing that I noticed (that all hotel lacks) is their clean and big parking lot. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Best in Fallon, NV. A must stay!

I would highly recommend this hotel. On previous trips we tried other hotels in this city which did not provide the quality of the Best Western. This hotel is good value for money with a very caring staff and management that has invested in keeping this property very current and modern.

Checked in after midnight...received great service. Room was above and beyond what was expected. Used the laundry facilities - GREAT! 'Kathy' went above and beyond the next morning re breakfast hours, check out, etc. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again.

After speaking to The Best Western Night person named Dee I was very impressed at the level of politeness, professionalism, and ability to help me get a room on such short notice. If you stay anywhere in Fallon, NV stay here the people are very nice. In a nice spot.

when in fallon this is the place to stay, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good central location and a good breakfast, get a second floor room to keep the elephants off your ceiling, easy to find and they will take good care of you

We stayed there two nights ago. The room was very clean, and big. The lady who took our reservation was very nice and helpful. It was a bit noisy (we were next to the stairs), but overall we had a good stay. The only disappointment was the breakfast. we went at 9am, and there was a lot of things missing. There was never anybody coming to replace those. I understand that the woman who was taking of the office was also running around, but even half an hour before breakfast is over, I think we still deserve to have the same choices has the first guest.

Acceptable motel room, but be sure you get a non-smoking room if that's what you wanted. I couldn't get the hair dryer to work and the coffee maker was in a position that had to be moved to the bathroom sink area as I couldn't reach it. Better breakfast than many continentals. Very friendly staff.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast . Courteous staff. Down grade for CNN on tv in breakfast room . Prefer weather channel or Fox News. Close to restaurants and grocery store. They have a laundry which we where glad to see after 8 days on the road.

I rated my stay at the Best Western in Fallon as high as I could because that is what I feel like it deserves. The entire staff was courteous, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the room rate was not bad. Over all it was an exceptional experience.

I have stayed multiple times at this Best Western in Fallon, NV and it is very nice to be recognized at check-in and around the property. The staff is caring and helpful; the rooms are clean and comfortable.

My grandparents and myself visited Fallon from Texas to see my dad because his cancer has gotten very bad. At first we were a little Leary of it being an outdoor best western instead of a indoor one. But we are beyond thankful and happy we chose to stay here! It's was the best experience we have ever received at any hotel! I myself have stayed at many 5star hotels and this stay was better than any of those! The employees were so kind and aware of their guests. Not one time did anyone walk past us without a good morning, a hi, or a how are you?! The staff here was so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay worth every minute!!! The manager (or so I believe) even saw my grandparents bringing down their bags and helped them load their bags into their cars and when I showed up helped me with mine as well! Way to go best western in Fallon !!! I would recommend this hotel over any other in a heart beat! Thanks so much for an amazing customer service experience!

Located right on the main strip of Fallon, easy to find and pull in to. Ground floor rooms and able to park motorcycle right outside room. Beds were comfortable and room clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Restaurants and grocery store located within easy walking distance of this property. I would stay again.

Dated Best Western, they are remodeling. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice . Staff was VERY attentive, nice, always asking what can they do for you!. Nice place to spend the night, do not expect the Ritz, but would recommend.

Great rooms, clean, good airflow with the heating system and friendly staff make this a great stopover if you are traveling on Highway 50, the "loneliest highway in America". Steve did a great job keeping the [free] breakfast bar stocked and checking out!

The Best Western Fallon Inn & Suites in Fallon Nevada is a great place to stop when traveling through central Nevada and not wanting to stay in one of the bigger cities. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well kept up. Parking is directly in front of the room which is a feature I particularly like. The beds are comfortable and the Internet works well. Many restaurants and facilities are nearby for shopping. The breakfast room is located in among the first floor rooms and is a little small. The food offerings are good. I would stay here again when the opportunity occurs.

After 2 weeks of sleeping on an air mattress in Phoenix during a family medical emergency and an 10 drive desert drive from Phoenix to Fallon, this place was like an Oasis. Clean, soothing, comfy bed, fast internet, coffee, lemonade, fresh baked cookies, breakfast the next day. Next time I make this drive this will be the place to stay.

Large room, comfortable beds, decent price, more than adequate breakfast. Everyone was friendly. And it's close to a couple fair places to eat. This is probably the best choice in town value wise. We will definitely stay here next time we pass through Fallon.

Great check in ~ beautiful room ~ great breakfast choice & cookies were in lobby to enjoy & nice coffee area when checking in. Our room was all new, very impressed. Now, the problem...we were in room 121, we were watching the ball game & other programs on TV (great TV). Then the trouble started...every 30 seconds a noise could be heard, sounded like a bathroom exhaust fan. It would go for 15 seconds/off for about 30-45 seconds. This went on all night! Found out that our room was next to some kind of control room & that is where the sound was coming threw. Because we were so tired, we just dealt with it....did cause interrupted sleep for both of us.When we told the lady at the desk her comment was ~ yeah we had a few people say they heard the noise! I think they should of offered an adjustment to the rate of the room. Other than that, great stay! Don't stay in room 121....

Very professional staff. Kathy was so accomodating to us and our two dogs and made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean & well maintained and the staff was helpful in every way. Kathy even called our room shortly after check-in and verified that we were satisfied with everything - now that's great service! We will definately stay at this hotel the next time we're in Fallon.

Conveniently located, professional, helpful and friendly staff. Access to some breakfast room items available at all times. I needed a fork and napkin, water, coffee and other oddments were available. We have enjoyed staying here a few times and they have never disappointed us.

I called to make a reservation and spoke with Kathy at the front desk. She has excellent customer service skills and made my stay there very enjoyable. She even offered me cleaning supplies for my motorcycle. The motel is not “brand new” but they obviously take pride in maintaining the premises. The room was neat and clean with plenty of charging outlets for my laptop and phone. The breakfast area was very clean, and the staff was busy cleaning up the countertops and tables.

We didn't look at the pool, and thought the breakfast adequate but rate the visit excellent because of the large (double queen) room that appeared to have been recently renovated and beautifully decorated. And the price was reasonable (less than the Holiday Inn Express down the street). The room was nicer than you might expect from viewing the outside of the building. No interior halls; rooms open to the parking area.
