Highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms and facilities at a good rate compared to other nearby hotels. Staff is amazing. Security staff is friendly and I feel very safe traveling alone when I stay here. free breakfast is good too. Cinnamon rolls!!

Our experience here was amazing and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, the pool was fun and the hot tub was very relaxing. Your experience here for business or pleasure will sure bring comfort to you. It's almost as comfortable as home.

This hotel is almost a category 5 for dirt and grossness. The service level by Dinah was average and I had to call down and report the mold issue and the tub for the jaccuuzi I paid more for. The grout had blk mold and the shower head broken and toilet paper roll. The bed is a lumpy soft mattress and internet kept glitching from my porn.

The room was clean ask for towels they bring clean once.i stayed for 17 days.l enjoyed my stay.Breakfast was very nice.location perfect.Coffee is always available at front desk.will definitely come back

This hotel has changed since we first discovered it approximately 5 years ago. Rooms ,property, and security have massively improved. Always treated and greeted like we're family! Always feel welcomed by everyone. Definitely would recommend if staying in town. Lot of new businesses nearby as well that make things more convenient.

I have stayed here many times and every time is amazing!!!! I always book my stay here I refuse to go anywhere else!! The staff is wonderful the rooms are great and also the breakfast is food aswell..

Loved having a kitchen and separate living room from bedroom.Nothing fancy,but clean and quiet all 5 nights.The blankets are sparse and thin,brought our own memory foam and blankets from home to be comfortable in bed.

We have not had great success with the BW brand but this location was a true gem! Clean, quiet and amazing staff. Excellent location close to all amenities. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel, be careful on the street as lots of homeless. Parking can be an issue as they run out of parking spots. Service was great and rooms are laid out nice. The only issue is the room smelt of wet carpet as I believe they cleaned them prior to our visit.

Under and around couch had broken toys and cardboard left behind from previous guests. The shower had mildew streaks on the glass. The staples were sticking up from the carpet. There was black mold in the grout around the tub and missing grout. No robes were provided for the room.

The hotel is just what you should expect from a hotel. But going outside is a risk, transients walk along the street and if they see you, they hit you up for anything. They do provide a security guard at night.

This hotel is a decent economy hotel, not fancy but it supplies the basic needs of the traveler for a clean place to sleep. The problem is that it is in a TERRIBLE neighborhood. My car window was smashed in the hotel parking lot around 3:00 a.m. on the first night of my two-night stay. There are numerous homeless people with their tents in the vicinity and derelicts walk around the area at all hours of the day and night. It's not worth the risk. Don't stay there.

Great place if you're looking for street drugs and hoodlums. If you are planning to stay here don't. If you have made a reservation cancel it. Avoid this area of Everett at all costs. There is no way to find value on this property or in this neighbohood.

Great hotel with lots to offer with a convenient area of Everett. The rooms had everything we needed with a full kitchen. We used thr free laundry quite a but and found a parking spot undercover each time we were looking for one.

The amenities were great. Swimming pool, laundry, computer room, etc. were all next to each other. They are pet friendly, and the fee was less than anywhere else we tried $20 per night. Our stay was only one night the parking was free which nowadays isn't always the case. The food was typical i.e. eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, coffee rolls, and the like.

Wouldn't stay here if you don't mind having to deal with half the staff being welcome and half the the amenities working. Also website pictures are misleading. And get ready to get surge charged for room you thought you booked.

The place is run down and the phone in the room did not work especially when we wanted to call about the food we found in the microwave that was NOT ours…. Disgusting. The hotel definitely needs some TLC and have staff that are helpful and not complacent. More customer service training is definitely required since the staff did not even greet when you come in and out or acknowledge you are at the front desk for service!

Pool and spa area in poor shape rust everywhere hot tub temp don't work dirty room food in am was slow and missing ice maker was leaking and floor causing major slip/tripping hazard fridge and freezer didn't work properly and would not close drugs and homelessness outside cars in parking garage appear to have been there for a extended period of time not enough towels in room or for your spa time staff searched everywhere as well as had to ask for additional blankets instead of one or additional blankets and plows in closet.

Great locution, close to the airport but far enough away not to hear it. The staff was knowable and helpful, with activity around the area. having breakfast right on site was helpful with the kids. We loved that hometown feel. Will stay again.

Our room was near the pool. The noise of the kids playing in the pool could clearly be heard in our room. It was so noisy! The pool closed at 10:00 pm, so we tried to go to sleep. That's when we discovered how loud the fridge and freezer are. The high-pitched whining was so loud that we went into the hall to see if an alarm was going off somewhere. No, it was the fridge. The mattresses are hard and the blankets thin. Absolutely uncomfortable! Seriously, the people working here are fabulous, but everything else about this hotel made for an uncomfortable stay. We will not be returning.

Basic things like sound on the TV did not work. No management reachable. Front desk staff acted as if we was interrupting them when reporting the lack of functioning amenities. Maintenance did very minimal which caused 5 return trips and interruptions to our stay.

If traveling with family I would suggest staying here when in Everett. I enjoyed pool and free laundry. Breakfast had everything. Beds comfortable and rooms nice and clean. We were on third floor it was very quiet. The surrounding area is filled with everything you might be shopping for.

This was our second visit, both times taking a mini vacation with our young grandsons. This time the pool was comfortably warm. Clean rooms, although the lighting could be better. An adequate breakfast but not replenished often. It is nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area to heat the food.

Stayed 1 night in December in 2 queen room. I didn't need a kitchen but this was the best kitchen suite I've ever stayed in. Full size fridge, lots of counter, deep sink. Equipped with dishes, silverware and even dish soap. Beds were comfy, very nice room layout and window opens to get fresh air. Good location, very clean. Only negative was limited parking spaces. Several spots were beside the gas station convenience store and I felt uncomfortable parking there, Also, there's NO parking spots if you're towing a trailer. I'll stay there again. PS - the Buzz Inn steakhouse & lounge is just a block away, 5 min walk. Great place!

Make sure everything works right at check in. After a night out our hot tub did not work and they did nothing to compensate our poor experience. It was my birthday so I didn't want to have any confrontation so I just paid and left. We will see how they respond to decide if we will include Best Western in our future plans.

this was my second stay at a best western & both times my deposit was not refunded..for reasons unexplained by the managing staff. i was under the impression that when booking online there would be no deposit needed..so when told there would be another 50$ held until check-out i was upset. but now i am just mad & will not be staying with them again.

A few things at this hotel left us not loving it: * when i when it to check in i was “greeted” by a young guy who said “what's up” rather than a more welcoming greeting, this kind of threw me off….may i suggest a more welcoming greeting? * we were extremely disappointed when we went to pull the sofa bed out to go to bed at 11:30 at night to find that there was no bedding, just a bare mattress, and no bedding for it to be found anywhere in the room. this is the first time ever in all our travels to experience this issue. When we reserve a one bed plus sofa bed room for 2 adults and a teen, it is expected that there would be bedding provided for all beds. I shake my head at this over site. If we had any warning that bedding was not provided, we would have requested some prior to bedtime. Also, the thin sheet and thin bedspread on the king bed was not enough bedding…a thicker duvet or comforter, or at the very least s think blanket would be appropriate. The front desk guy had a bunch of his buddies hanging around dropping f bombs and i was intimidated to approach and ash for bedding…felt safer going back to the room and flying under the radar

If you are looking for a place to stay, I would recommend staying here. The price is great, the staff is very friendly, and most importantly it is super clean. Another plus is that it is close to restaurants and the ferry terminal.

We stayed here after we had moved out of the area and had to come back for a DR appt. Had never spent anytime in this motel. It was clean, nicely kept and staff were friendly. Only problem I saw was when checking in, there was not much room for the desk personal or customers. More than two checking in made it crowded.

I have stayed at hotels all over the country and this was by far the cleanest and friendliest that I have been in. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's the best hotel Ive stayed at for this price range.

Excellent staff at check in and when you forget toiletries. They have extremely clean rooms and the kitchen in the room was fully equipped. We found super comfy pillows and the pool and spa were clean and not crowded. Overall amazing!

She was so rude to me and continued to yell at me as I was entering the elevator, it entirely ruined the rest of our night (anniversary) and we drove all the way from Canada to have this experience. Dina and Evans were extremely lovely and helpful and gave great customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't want to run into the awful lady so we didn't eat breakfast and left hungry. Room was clean and nice, but this lady ruined it for us and I don't see myself staying there again thanks to her. Hopefully someone speaks to her about her manners and how to treat people with respect because that was awful.

Located in a sketchy part of town. No on site parking we were told to park around the corner in an adjacent lot and walk in. Signage marginal at best. We did not check in. We found another hotel by the port

The staff was friendly upon arrival and the room was exactly as advertised. Parking is slightly limited but sufficient, ac worked great, kitchenette was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Everett.

Stay was nice, it was nice in the room and a nice facility inside along with a decent fitness center and Spa area. The only downfall was the lack of options at breakfast and the fact that the phone and remote in the hotel room did not work. However, the front was under construction and the signage to enter the building was very minimal along with the parking space or how to access additional parking being notated. I'm sure this is a temporary issue, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Nice place to stay. The entryway has an airplane wing and cabin covering it. Several pictures inside also had the vintage airplane theme along with the bed headboards. Our room also had a good size refrigerator and freezer in the mini-kitchen which feature a double glass surface hotplate built in along with large sink and a microwave.

This hotel was under construction for a badly needed remodel. The front door was blocked off by chain link fencing. Signs in the parking lot did not indicate how to actually access any door to enter the hotel. Arrived after dark and had to wheel my luggage around the parking area before finding a phone number to call the front desk. I was finally let in through a side door behind the dumpster. Bad experience

Nice modern design of the rooms. The bare minimum you need and nothing more. Very clean, thanks to the staff! Cozy room, brand new kitchenette with the necessary minimum. Comfortable bed. The nice little pool and jacuzzi was a nice start to a new day. Breakfast is simple, but there was everything you need: oatmeal, and scrambled eggs, and pancakes and fruit. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Small Things: no vending machines, alarms on clock not removed, so we were awakened at 0600 from a previous tenant's alarm setting. When I told the desk staff about it, I was pretty much blown off-- just a small thing, she said. It was NOT a small thing at 0600!!! I suggested they add "Turn off clock-alams settings" she didn't quite roll her eyes, but made no move to write a note to add that to the check list.

Years ago, we have stayed at this BW Navigator Inn before so being down in Everett for a few days, the family chose to revisit this hotel. It seems that this BW property is going through a big rebranding to become "Executive Residency" so a few things were different in this stay. - They were doing some type of decorative renovation during our stay so the main entrance was closed and fenced off. You can only access the elevator on the left side of the parking lot by the main entrance, if you go on the right you will need a key to get in, with no way to get to the temporary lobby entrance unless you walk around the gas station. - On the navigator suites website, as on the internet captive portal, it says guests have access to Emerald City Fitness next door. This is no longer the case so you will only be able to access the small cardio center and small pool for the property. - The rooms are showing their age, though relatively clean. A little more attention to detail for cleaning staff though, we found an old face cloth on our bathtub from a prior guest/visitor. - Breakfast was pretty good with 3 hot items (potatoes, eggs, sausage) on top of the usual waffles and bread/pastries/cereals from other BWs. Overall, it was a very average experience given the price we paid and hopefully they will continue the renovations (add more towel hooks..) and turn this into an executive property as the name deserves.

I needed to spend a night in the Seattle area as I was picking up my son the following day. The hotels in Seattle are so expensive that I decided to look a little bit north. I found this sweet gem of a hotel about 25 minutes north of the University of Washington.

Room was clean, breakfast was fantastic and we made good use of the pool. The neighbourhood the hotel is in is a bit sketchy, but we did not feel unsafe at any time. We will definitely book here again for any future trips.

Dog piss in the stairway that staff put a slippery floor sign in front of rather than cleaning up. An attempt to clean it was made the next day when I complained, 4 days later you could still see the now dried dog pee stain.....and the slippery floor sign still in place. Garbage stacked between hotel and their fence, visible from our hotel room. Leftover panties in our room from previous guest and sticky/dirty silverware in our rooms silverware drawer. And dogs left alone in rooms barking for hours on end.

Thought that this would be an upscale hotel but it was not! TV's did not have any streaming services or abilities and did not work. If you are hard of hearing and rely upon closed captioning then you are out of luck at this hotel. Complained to the front desk and he said that he was sorry but no offer to fix or replace the tv's.

Our family stayed here for two nights. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and the room was clean, other than a small sticky part on the carpet. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a two queen bed suite - the room was of decent size, and the kitchen was equipped with necessary items. The sheets were spotless, and the rooms smelled good. Probably can improve it further by replacing TV with a Smart TV.

We had a good trip. The cleanliness of the rooms was great. The appliances were just like new and everything worked. We enjoyed the bedroom being separated. It was nice to have a quick breakfast to begin our day. We appreciated having security patrol especially since we were traveling with our pet and needed to be outside the hotel frequently.

our stay was a desaster for us. We have allergy problems with pet hairs. We booked a pet free room and the reception secured us that on the third floor no pets are allowed. But arriving direct after check in the first big dog came towards us on this third floor. The same day we had on this third floor two more encounter face-toface with different dogs. We had the next morning swollen eyes, nose and throat as part of our allergy. We have nothing against doggs or their owner, but the Management of this hotel is a desaster. Has BW no constant policy regarding pets?

TERRIBLE! pool water is yellow it goes to 4ft no room service. very shifty area and not A GOOD AREA TO BRING YOUR KIDS! 0/100 do not recommend for a sports team. Breakfast was also very disappointing, not a large variety of items. Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from pictures.

The check in experience is smooth and quick. Room was clean and comfy, had a small well equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and essential utensils.. Excellent amenities like hot tub, pool, gym, office center, laundry to name a few. Loved the 24 hour coffee and EV charging (was able to charge my vehicle on 3/4 days stay. Parking can be tricky if you are late.

Very nice. FYI go to breakfast early or food will be low. Nice business area - bring your own pen, can ask for more paper in the printer. Nice swimming area. Very clean. Helpful staff. Room very clean - white sheets and bedspread.

This hotel is extremely unorganized & the staff is severely under trained & damn near useless. They don't know how to bill people correctly & anytime you have questions you are always given different answers depending on who you ask. Also they will tell you to wait for the next person to arrive which is unacceptable they do nothing with urgency except bill you. The internet is terrible, I was here for work & got disconnected from many meetings because of the poor internet service. The staff is also not understanding at all. They will charge you without you knowing & interfere with other things and when you express your frustrations they just stand there & stare at you in such a demeaning & dismissive demeanor. I hated my stay here. So much to the point that I flew back home to North Carolina just to escape the torture of such poor service.

Greeted by a very nice woman. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Pots pans cutlery, Toaster etc. I have no complaints. Got a great price the same for a nasty motel 6 down the road. That had only a basic room. I will make this my preferred place to stay. Thank all the employees for a great experience.

Very good! A good location for my business needs. Accommodations were very good for computer / internet needs. Most everything very good. Two items on the downside were 1) parking - not enough available and 2) elevator was being worked on for all three days of my stay.

Staff was excellent. They where extremely friendly, they went way beyond what most staff does in my opinion. Rooms where very clean, the beds where very nice we got a really good sleep. They were happy to help me when I realized that I had forgot a few things.

First off this property is misnamed and doesn't have navigator anywhere on the property. If traveling with service animals expect to be harassed multiple times throughout your stay. Side doors are not in use due to staff not being able to properly watch cameras. So they have locked them for “security.” This allows dog owners to only use the main entrance. Entrance smells of dog urine due to this policy. Overall super clean room and an ok breakfast. Based on staff I would not recommend due to the poor customer service at this location. You have to be a bully with them and know your rights. Such a hassle. Also when confronting anyone it is proper to tell the person who you are. Still have no idea what the position of the staff that was watching me unload. They make cameras for that sweetie…. Then you don't look like such an ass standing in the hall way. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. By far the cleanest I've seen. Work on your front desk staff and maybe this property has hope.

We went there for a weekend business conference, the price is very decent with newly renovated room. We had nice fridge, stove, microwave and etc. in the suite. Everything was great. Breakfast was awesome! Love to come back to stay again.

Been coming to this hotel for about 2 years and it's always getting better and better. From the remodeling to the staff and services. Friendly staff that have greeted us since we discovered this hotel. Pet Friendly as well, our dog has grown up in this hotel since he was a puppy and always gets greeted as well. Highly recommended hotel you won't be let down in my opinion.

Hot tub/jacuzzi in some suites. Indoor pool and hot tub, office and gym! Complimentary hot continental breakfast! Complimentary self-service laundry. Ample parking. Pleasant staff and service. Prime location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, malls and airport.

This place has some not so great reviews so I wasn't expecting much. The area and outside of the hotel seem a little suspect but inside the room which was recently remodeled was clean, cute and spacious. Had a kitchenette. Bed and linens were comfortable. They had a little free breakfast buffet which I didn't hit but seemed nice. Overall good for a quick stay if passing thru and on a budget

This location has a different company logo on the outside which made it confusing to locate. When we arrived we were greeted at the entrance by a group of people smoking(more than cigs/420), openly drinking & panhandling. Just outside of the parking lot we witnessed multiple people engaging in similar activity as well as people using the sidewalk and street as a restroom. Outside the hotel is scary to say the least. Upon entering we found the staff were welcoming & friendly throughout the check in process. Inside the hotel lobby, elevator and hallways were well maintained and clean. Our king room with studio type kitchen was decent, a little extra care during cleaning and basic maintenance upkeep would make it far better. A few examples, the window latch was broken(my husband fixed it), the wall thermostat in the room was broken, the toilet handle was broken(again my husband fixed it), the shower faucet handle was broken so it was really tricky turning off the water. The bathroom sink was full of hair as if someone had shaved prior to our arrival. The bathroom walls were super dirty. And lastly when stripping the bed before checking out we found a pocket knife stashed under the mattress. We know best western cannot be held accountable for the area it's located but they can find ways to make guests more comfortable. Secure parking would be a great start.

Unfortunantely I won't stay at this hotel again. If this hotel has to have an armed guard on the property then I consider that a bad area. I did not receive a final bill at all. Can't get anyone on the phone. Bed was too hard.

They canceled my reservation the DAY OF, it was for sisters wedding - myself and the bridal party was planning on staying there the night before my sisters wedding. They called me just a couple hours before check-in stating they can't honor my reservation, that I booked MONTHS in advance, because the room wasn't available anymore. I told them this was for my sisters wedding and they could care less, nor try and resolve the issue in anyway.. basically said "figure it out yourself". DO NOT STAY HERE

Had a wonderful time and returned for the second time. Will continue to stay as long as they quality is as amazing as it is. Love that there is a fridge and freezer in the rooms, as well as burners and dishes for families to make meals for their families. Also, the breakfasts are really good and have different options for anyone.

The Best Western Plus Navigator Inn & Suites is located near the busy corner of Olivia Park Road and Evergreen Way in Everett. I stayed here one night during a business trip in mid-March 2022. It is set back away from the street, so it is a quiet property. The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not the greatest I've seen, but I never felt unsafe during my stay. By the looks of the room (which includes a full kitchen) and the new branding on the side of the building (Executive Residency by Best Western), it seems they are positioning themselves as an alternative to long-term stay chains like Residence Inn by Marriott and Homewood Suites by Hilton. But while those chains feature suites that feel like you're staying in a studio apartment, here it feels simply like you're in a regular hotel room with a kitchen. For example, there is a tiny table next to the kitchen that I presume is for dining, because it is thoroughly unsuitable as a work station. On the plus side, the plumbing, air conditioning, appliances, flat screen television and complimentary wireless Internet were all in good working order, and the king bed was comfortable. The one commonly-found amenity that was not provided was hand lotion, so keep that in mind if you plan on staying here. The difference between an outstanding property and one that is more run-of-the-mill is often attention to detail. For example, after checking in I had to return to the front desk twice because I couldn't get my door to open. Upon returning the second time, the front desk clerk asked, “Did you push the door handle down?” When I said yes, she replied, “Oh, you have to pull the door handle up.” OK, that worked, but isn't that the sort of information that should be shared with a guest upon check-in? Especially since pulling up on a handle to open a door is counter-intuitive for most people. The complimentary breakfast area was spacious, but I wasn't able to take advantage of it as I had to leave for work before breakfast service began at 6:00 a.m. The common areas were well-kept. Check-in and check-out were both efficient and pleasant. The rate I paid was fair for this type of property.

Sent to Everett through my work foe training and this was a spot they booked me into. My co-worker was put into a different hotel and he was jealous that this one had hot breakfast served in the mornings. Great staff and love the gas station next door that's handy whether its getting your energy drink in the morning to grabbing some beer for the hotel room to chill after work/training.

We took our young grandsons for an over night get away, mainly to use the indoor pool. But the pool was not usable, just too cold! Maintenance could not bring the heat up before we left. Over all a nice hotel, clean, good breakfast offering, nice quiet room and helpful staff. Parking is limited so ask about their garage.

Hotel room was clean and met our needs. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket was too thin with no weight. Toilet paper was like tissue paper. The staff is super friendly at the front desk. We arrived at around 5pm and the parking lot was full of bums and druggies. We checked our car several times throughout the evening as one other guest said people were trying to break into the cab of his uhaul. They should have security or fence the property off.

It was conveniently located close to my meetings. The breakfast was an added bonus and great way to start the day with a variety of hot & cold items. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which is really what you want!

Family and I went to Best Western location and enjoyed our stay. We used the pool, the fitness area and the kids enjoys the breakfast and all the options. My Husband got his pants wet by the pool so the free laundry amenities were definitely a plus!

May be a bit more expensive, but the room was really nice. Big, clean, very well decorated. It had a little kitchen where you could cook and entire meal, refrigerator, microwave. Bathtub was large and comfy. Beds were big and we slept super good in them. To top it off, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was as well!

The room was COVERED in visible crusty filth, buildup, and hair. Completely unacceptable and frankly, unsafe. I checked out immediately and cancelled the remainder of my stay. Do not visit here if you value basic sanitization and cleanliness practices.

We have stayed dozens of times at this location, but they recently had changes in management and the change has not been positive. The hideabed mattress is crap, it was blood stained, no bedding & the room was not properly cleaned. The staff used to care, but that seems to not be accurate now. It's the more expensive BW in the area but not worth $148 this time

This is by far one of the best hotels we always stay in! Been coming here for around 2 years already and the property has been improving every time! From the front desk staff and the housekeeping that have been working since even before we started coming always remember us and accommodates us. Even our dog loves this place he starts wagging his tail and barking when we exit the freeway because he knows where we're going. Thank you guys for all you do and making our trips memorable! :)

I always looked forward to my annual Christmas shopping and my stay here, I was greeted by a friendly face and felt welcomed. They are now Executive Residency by Best Western! I was a little surprised by this, I would have thought the name of the hotel would match the reservation, but really no big deal, or so I thought! Upon checking in we were not greeted, but felt like we interrupted the person checking us in, no smile, no friendliness no personality this was after she told me my ID that I have used many check ins before was not acceptable, it needed to be my husbands. This was new as the night before when checking in to a different BW I gave my ID and had no issues as years prior! My request for a room on the bottom floor was not given, but it was only a request and I knew that, what I didn't know at check in but learned quickly was that the "residents" live on the bottom floor, they live on other floors too, but they occupy the bottom floor! I went to use the business center a little later, both computer were in use. There used to be a sign stating to please limit the time for other guests, this sign is gone and they don't limit anyone from using this including the residents. I suspect the manager/owner are unaware guests are being put out, but they are! As I was heading downstairs to use the business center I was made aware of a resident yelling at her partner, calling him names and swearing, she wouldn't let him in the room and he was going to be calling the "cops", security was just walking towards me leaving the area and a few short moments later one of the front desk ladies went in to the room. After she exited the room and saw me waiting outside of the business center she asked if I knew the kids in the business center, after I said I didn't I asked if there was any guidance on the timeline, she said there isn't. There are buggies and garbage just outside the property, I can assume homeless are in the area, but it is painfully obvious now as their belongings are the first thing you see. There was a red Honda in the parking lot that had more than one person get in and do something, I will not put what I think happened, but something was up, my husband mentioned something to the front desk person who went outside to see, but the Honda took off, I suspect she knew but its better to look the other way. I understand the pandemic changed how we do business, the hotel caters to their resident's not the guests anymore!

It was what you want in a for business hotel. Clean, friendly staff, close to restaurants (Avacados Mexican Restaurant was amazing) and most importantly a great value. Was worried about some reviews stating homeless in the parking lot but luckily we did not experience that.

The check in was slow, but when it was my turn.. the clerk was friendly and polite. I accidentally booked a Qn instead of a king and when I called down.. she moved me right away.. I get to my new room and notice crumbs on the floor.. I don't think anything of it.. I'm tired, and it's been an extremely long day.. I unpack, shower, and go looking for a plastic bag, which normally hang in the closet to put my dirty clothes in.. no bag, but a bra hanging on the ironing board that definitely didn't belong to me. The next morning I go to make coffee … and the mug has brown leftover coffee dried in it. I immediately gathered my things and left. I still wonder if my room was sanitized or my sheets changed from the previous guest.

They changed our reservation without consulting us. I have confirmation for a room with 2 queens. They changed it to a room with 1 king and a sleeper sofa that was too small for my 2 teens to share. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor. When I asked to be moved to a room with 2 queens they said my only option was to rent a second 1 king room. No rate discount or offer to comp our room. We also had to go get the extra bedding and towels. They wouldn't bring them up to us. There were dogs off leash in the lobby and they almost got in a fight with my 2 leashed dogs. There were homeless people outside. There were people driving into the parking lot playing loud music and drinking alcohol. We were assured there's be room to park a truck and trailer. There was not room. The breakfast was minimal and not well stocked. The hotel did seem to be kept clean. And the rooms were clean. The pool was ok, but not very warm. The hot tub was like a warm bath and not very hot. The staff didn't seem concerned with our comfort during our stay. We will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Suite was Definitely Better than I was expecting for the area its in. This king suite comes with a pretty kool large jetted tub in the bedroom, king bed, bathroom, kitchen area. Still a little bit over priced for the area however it was very comfortable.

This place is crawling with druggies. It is not very clean and is just kind of a disaster. We had stayed here a few times several years ago and it was a pretty decent place- clean, well-stocked and even had a little wine reception. Now? There were not sufficient towels, no washcloths, had to ask for a hairdryer, no lotion, and the sheets were dingy and felt gross. I don't know what happened. Plus, it felt unsafe outside. On the good side? All the front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Pulled in to not really have much for parking. Crack heads all over parking lot. Didnt feel safe getting out of my car. Left a little later to grab a bite and couldnt even pull out of my parking spot because crackheads sleeping on the ground around the guests cars ( I would have ran him over) Strong weed smell throughout the hotel

i've been a diamond member for a while now… day before checkout i made reservation thinking that i would be good to go, hours later manager came pounding on door saying we need to leave. partner asked why and he said b/c lack of payment. nobody called room or cell phone. went to front desk and same dude was condescending and rude to me about paying at 3pm… the next day i got news that my brother was in icu and was in horrible car crash. i called front desk at 1:15pm letting richard know the situation. that i was in seattle and brother was in icu and idk when i'd be back but i'd be back nonetheless and also told him that i made new reservation. he said thank you for calling and letting us know. so with that being said, i was with my brother for a little while and then he passed away… i asked my bf if he would call front desk and the phone rang and rang and went to voicemail. eventually we got ahold of them and asked if we could pay via phone and they said “no we need to come in person to pay.” so, worried about losing out belongings in our room, we left the hospital to go pay for the room.. stuck in seattle rushour traffic for a while and then my bf called front desk again to let them know we were nearby. a different worker informed us that were unable to extend due to “late payment 2 days in a row”. i'm in complete shock about the unprofessional and completely unacceptable attitude of manager. i was unable to say my final goodbye to brother just to get back to the hotel and be told that i'm unable to extend even though i made a reservation hours ago. by the time we got back to hospital, my brothers body was gone. NOT all of the workers were like this. just 2. a front desk worker and a manager. but i was treated like trash and he had no empathy whatsoever regarding my situation.

great hotel. hotel staff were wonderful and accomidating and friendly, I arrived and our room was not ready so they upgraded us for free to a suite that was very nice. hotel was well kept and very comfortable will definetly stay there again

The canopy of this hotel is an airplane wing, which is pretty cool. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice. Call for their directions to get parking info. The GPS wasn't specific.

I booked my stay here and my room exceeded my expectations. I was placed in an ADA room which was perfectly fine. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I had a kitchenette which I was not able to take fully advantage of but now I know the amenities it provides. I would stay here again.

Nice refurbished location. The air conditioner was pleasantly quiet. Clean. Decent pillows unlike some other locations. Reasonable food considering COVID. Would be nice if they updated the TV sets as the current ones are old.

We chose this hotel because of the separate room for sleeping to accommodate our almost 3 year old sons naps. My husband, myself, our son and my adult brother stayed one night without issue. Then the following morning while I was down at the front desk, hubby was at work and my brother was upstairs with my son was when this hotel a functioning really came to light. My brother had to use the restroom and at that time my 3 year old decided it would be a good idea to walk out into the hallway and talk to a maid. She nicely ushered him back in the room before I came back up and shared with me what happened. I dealt with the situation as a parent but the general manager Richard felt the need to insult me as a mother and tell us that we were no longer welcome at the hotel because of what happened. I have a double bachelor's degree in education and special education and an currently a case manager of multiple adults who live independently and all have special needs so I am quite capable of parenting my children. However Richard the GM told me I was unable to parent my child and insulted me as parent and is now causing my family to pack up and find a new hotel when we were planning to stay here. I called and filed a complaint and no one on that end seemed to care about what was happening to my family either. My child has ADHD and is impulsive along with too much intelligence for his britches. I keep discriminated against for having an impulsive special needs child. What this hotel did to my family is horrible and I hope it happens to no one else. If you have busy children DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst experience I have ever had!!!!

The rooms are normally spotless and well set up. This time it wasn't and our requests for basic room items went unfilled. The room has a shower but no shower curtain. It has a cooktop but no pots and pans and no cooking utensils. Breakfast is underwhelming and offers only high carb/calorie foods from a paper bag, and no decaf coffee. Almost nothing for younger kids to eat for breakfast. Pool is not very warm.

The rooms in this hotel very clean, staff wonderful. If you have kids call and advance to make sure pool is back up and running it was down when we were there and my kids were sad everything else was great could use cereal at the breakfast all they have is yogurt and a breakfast sandwich.

I brought my family to Everett for a vacation having stayed in the Navigator Inn several times. The staff were very good, but the pool and fitness center were being renovated and this was not disclosed.

This place is a fantastic place to stay everything you need is right around it in the staff are just fantastic. We will be staying there again every time we come to this area this is perfect it's close to our daughter's house get to see our grandkids and it's inexpensive

The staff at check-in was very friendly and the room was large, clean, and well appointed. The parking lot is very small and the spaces are very tight. The mattress was terrible and I wasn't able to get a good nights sleep. I even tried sleeping on the couch in the room at one point. The mattress was old and indented on both sides with a high ridge in the middle, making it impossible to get comfortable because you are constantly being pushed to the edge and feeling like you are going to fall off the bed. Not to mention it was hard as a rock! If the mattress was better, my rating for this hotel would be much higher. Unfortunately, a bad bed and a poor nights sleep ruin the entire stay. I expected better for a Best Western "Plus" at this price point in Everett.

We drove in from Montana on Hwy. 2 and had no problems finding it other than we drove right by the hotel, [the sign was hidden by shrubbery grown by the gas station next door] We called to get directions and the young lady at the desk was very knowledgeable of the area and we found our way back easily. Our room was WAY better than expected, the staff was very accommodating to our service animals. The location was perfect for the places we went to, not to mention how easy it was to get to from the interstate.

Great place specially with the new remodeled rooms. Great staff always! Always welcome me in and my partner and dog Tank! Everything always clean and sanitized and it's a good feeling to sleep in a place that.

Upon check in with reservation, staff told me I did not have a reservation and refused to look up my reservation, once they confirmed I did indeed have a reservation, the next staff told me I was suppose to check out- when we had another 24 hours on our reservation. So if you are looking to relax and have a nice time, you will not be welcome to do that at this hotel. Save yourself the horrible experience of this hotel.

I have never been treated so rudly by the staff of a Best Western. I'm honestly surprised that Best Western endorses this hotel. Our room was gross. There were beer cans left in the shower which leads me to believe the shower wasn't cleaned at all. There was drug parafanelia near the bathtub and another guests clothing was left in the room. When we alerted the front desk to these issues they asked us if we wanted to bring the items down to the desk. NO! I don't want to touch a stranger's trash. Especially during Covid. We were later told that they don't want us to stay at their hotel again because they don't like our attitude. Of course we were upset after being forced to stay in these conditions.. Apparently that is how they deal with their lack of proper housekeeping during a pandemic. I would proceed with caution if you plan on staying here.

a couple weeks ago my husband and i stayed at this hotel & the people here are really trying. Granted they might not have a "full" breakfast like what we were used to before Covid-19 hit, but the breakfast that they serve is adequate & has some hot item choices. They are being cautious as we are coming off of the extreme restrictions and their pool is open per appointment at the front desk, again this is per Covid-19 Government guidelines. Their small fitness room is open the whole time. We were able to stay in a room with a jacuzzi which made the stay nice too. Unfortunately they are still under construction, which can sometimes get noisy but not if one has the AC or heater working & only during the week day. I would recommend staying here for any couple, family or if traveling with a pet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how nice this property was. I was not aware that a full kitchen was in my room; makes travelling so much more convenient. Pleasant, personable staff, great location, near several strip malls, great places to eat nearby...much bang for the buck$$$.

This was my first time staying at the Best Western Navigator hotel and I will stay here again. The rooms are large, very clean and the beds comfy. It was nice to have a full kitchen too! The staff were very courteous.

This hotel is great. The staff is amazing. My adult children came a couple hours after we arrived. I had given the front desk their names when I checked in. They were stopped at the front desk and asked their names when they arrived. I really appreciate knowing that only registered guests are permitted into the hotel. Every staff member wore a mask at all times. I could see the smile on every staff member in their eyes and hear it in their voice. I asked for a couple more towels and they were there almost immediately after hanging up the phone. We scheduled pool time that was very accessible. I didn't have to reserve work out room time, just asked for the key and allowed to work out. There were spray bottles of cleaner and a fresh towel to sanitize the surfaces of tables and chairs with the request to do that both before and after using them-which is really great. It felt very much like “home” after being at the hospital throughout the day. Thank you to everyone who worked during our stay. I appreciate ALL THE EXTRA you do to make us all feel so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The bubble tub suite is so worth the extra money! It's HUGE! The bubbles are just that-tiny bubbles (no jets), so there's no massage but it's soooo deep it's fabulous. So very worth it. Pull out bed wasn't very comfortable (haven't really found one yet that is), so the kids put the mattress on the floor and it was fine. Also, super important, beware of the area of carpet that is near the rubber stripping when it goes from carpet to tile/linoleum as there are tacks or staples all along that entire carpeted strip area. Definitely not a room to walk in without shoes on all the time. They are sharp enough to make you bleed. Definitely not ideal. We just laid a couple towels down folded so we could walk without stepping on very sharp staples. All in all...five out of five. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my two-night stay with my granddaughters. Although we had no pet with us, they enjoyed seeing others' pets and this was very pet-friendly but we never heard any pet noises. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub which were reserved by us for an hour all to ourselves. Hotel is very conveniently located to the Everett Mall, Boeing, IHOP (across the street), and freeway access. I liked the navigation theme throughout, even pictures above beds.

Pictures cannot do justice to what has happen at this hotel. First of all staff was outstanding. They are trying thier best. The building is run down. Homeless wlaking halls without masks. Cops constantly on premises. Skip this place.

The tub dripped, almost a complete stream the whole time. The shower conditioner pump was broken. Homeless and junkies walking around outside, I didn't feel safe and didn't feel my car would be safe. Weeds grown up all around the building, just looks trashy. Too late to cancel that nights stay so I made sure to cancel my next nights stay and find a better hotel.The young cleaning lady (i think, because she looked like she worked there) had her 2 little kids there with her as she was doing stuff in the lobby. Breakfast options were very minimal, decided to go find breakfast else where. Won't be back, at least not by myself, and definitely not if I have a say. Staff was great but that's about as good as it got. I was really expecting better, maybe it'll be better after remodel? But idk I think it's the location that's kills it for this hotel.

This place was absolutely disgusting crap hole! The hotel was a combination of a jail, drug rehab facility, and homeless shelter within a 3rd world country. Addicts were knocking on my door throughout the night. It looked like scenes from Mad Max & Walking Dead outside. Noisy, outdated 70's decor that was even ugly back then, it stunk like urine , a filthy cat box and was filthy beyond words. We even had fake eyeless glued to walls and cabinets, glitter everywhere, stains on floor and chair that made me want to gag. I've stayed in nasty places before (like Motel 6) but this place was terrible!

The Japanese bubble tub was amazing. Too bad it was a luxury amenity completely out of place in a dirty, dated, cheap motel room. There were stains on the tile floor, what turned out to be Oreo cookie filling smeared on the couch (determined by the remainder of the cookies next to the couch), splatters of who knows what on the walls, and chipped, dirty furniture. They apparently didn't update this section of the hotel, the hallway leading up to the room was completely different from the other parts I saw; it looked like a tenement hallway, with filthy carpets and walls. The front desk employee was very kind but couldn't move us to a similar room, and there was no housekeeping staff on duty to clean the room. The claims of extra care being taken with cleaning are clearly false, I wouldn't stay here again for any reason.

Interesting hotel with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was standard for the current world. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fire alarm did go off during the night which wasn't ideal of course. I'd stay here again.

Worst hotel we have stayed at, definitely not what was pictured. No blankets,no breakfast, no pool. Very rough area. Staff is not helpful at resolving issues.parking had trash all over front area that they could not pick up due to being in a rough area.

This was the best and most helpful attentive staff we have had at any motel in years. The manager remembered our names and even remembered my grand-daughter's name. He came up with some plastic stick on letters and put my grand-daughter's name on a package of cookies and presented them to her as we were on our wat to the pool.

My family and I absolutely loved this hotel. The decor of the planes were really cool and the actually plane wing in the front was pretty awesome. No weird smells awesome tub that an adult fits into, kitchenette was fully equipped. The beds were comfy again no weird smells. The staff was very friendly as well.

Room was not very clean and had an odor. Hair on the bed. People walking around the hotel which appear to be lost or confused with sores. People smoking below the rooms and the smell came in the rooms.

Nothing negative; comfortable bed, very nice kitchen area, very clean, friendly staff all around. Would definitely stay again. A little road noise is the only slight inconvenience, but it wasn't loud all night.

I am my boyfriend stayed since beginning of June for the last 6 days service has gone from worse to worst, for one the front desk people are rude don't answer questions you have they tell us to call customer service, are towels never look clean an when we asked for more toilet paper we were rudely spoke to. I have always enjoyed staying here up until now I was a long time customer I just wish I could be acknowledged for all the time I've stayed an this has been going on , hope you can fix this

I had never experienced a bubble tub, which differs from a jetted tub. I highly recommend trying it. AMAZING. The front desk lady was great. The only issue was the trash in the kitchen was not emptied.

The suite we stayed in had been pleasantly remodeled and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and the kitchenette fully stocked with flatware and stove top. The staff went above and beyond to help us and were very accommodating. Highly recommend the Everett Washington Navigator location.

This place is amazing clean and my back doesn't hurt anymore.... Beds are that comfortable they are not spring mattresses. Guest service all are amazing. Richard helped me with my bag when my sciatic nerve got pinched and I was in pain just from holding the bag and standing. Thr ladies are both amazing to I love it here.

I like to “check out” by checking in. When my family comes from out of town I get them rooms at Best Western. I particularly like the suites with the kitchen and separate room area. I enjoy their morning breakfast. Whenever I need a room I always go to this hotel because of the things I mentioned but also because it is clean!!! I felt comfortable there even during this Pandemic.

This BW is a very nice place to stay. It was a suite that was comfortable along with top stove and full length refrigerator. It had dishes and silverware and pots and pans if I needed them. It was very clean and welcoming.

I'm confused as to why this hotel has received such high ratings. We had a good-enough stay here but it's not anything to write home about. I'll start with the best and move to the worst: Staff - The front desk and back office people are SPECTACULAR. I can't say enough great things about these people. If I could rate a hotel on the people alone, it would absolutely be 5 stars for this location. They were thoughtful, accommodating, professional, proactive, always available, and the answer was always yes. Room size and design - We got a king bedroom "suite". I liked the room design/layout quite a bit, there's plenty of space, the sleeper sofa/futon idea is far superior to the standard pull-out sleeper sofa, the full kitchen really is a full kitchen, the bathroom had plenty of room... it's just a good design. Breakfast was Good. Great food options, fresh tasting, kept clean... another indication of the awesome staff. Thank you! Room quality and upkeep - The bed was just "ok"... the mattress moved around a lot and was pretty old. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. All the linens were perfectly clean but the building itself was not in great shape. I understand that they're in the process of a renovation so we probably got an un-renovated room (I wish I'd had the option to pick a renovated room). HVAC fine. Water fine. Shower good. Locks fine. Location - this is not a good part of Everett at all. I would like to see better security on the outside of the hotel. Also every night we came home during our stay (3 nights) the entire parking lot was full and there wasn't a single spot available for us... the lot is TINY.... way too small. We slept good enough, we ate well, we were safe and clean, and the people were nice. That's all you can ask for sometimes... unless you want 5 stars... then you can ask for more.

We were prevented from checking in for over two hours due to being fully booked the night before and miscommunication with housekeeping. No real effort made to compensate us for having to wait. My wife and I are only able to get away together maybe once a year, so when we do we like to take full advantage of the time. Sitting in the lobby while they tried to figure out what was going on was not what we had in mind. The front desk staff was friendly but made no efforts to try to remedy things. All we heard from them was "I'm sorry. I wish there was something I could do." It definitely put a damper on my time away with my wife.

This was our second stay here and on both occasions we had a pleasant, comfortable time. Our king room was clean with a small kitchen and all needed amenities. Beyond the odd floor creak here and there, there is no noise from nearby rooms or elevator. On the downside was our room on the lower west side faced a business that enjoyed running its forklift at 7:00am. Annoying in a first world problem way but not the hotel's fault and certainly not irritating enough to bypass this location. Our room for our previous stay was in the upper front side and much quieter (note to self for next time). Breakfast was hot and plentiful with many options (and free which was even better). Parking is also free although we found it can be difficult to find out front after about 5:30 for some reason. Just a heads up but, again, a selfish inconvenience. Not an issue. Location is great. Within a short drive of the I-5 and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Also just a 15 minute drive to Mukilteo and the Whidbey Ferry, and a 10 minute drive to the Boeing plant. Finally, one must praise the staff. We often find Best Western staff to be attentive (reflective of the company's corporate culture?) and we found the staff at the Navigator to be no exception. Check in and out was fast, smooth and friendly and particular note to Matthew who worked through a head office booking issue for us with patience and a smile. Would recommend this location and we would certainly stay again.

Staff, especially Conlan at the front desk were awesome and patient as can be. Answered all our repetitive and annoying questions with a smile, helped us get a good rate, had our room ready in half the expected time. THANKS

When we arrived, the staff were excellent at checking us in quickly as we were tired from the drive from Oregon. The room was large and it had a kitchenette which was great as we could go to the store and cook our own meal instead of going to a restaurant. The room was very clean with every working. The beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Everett as it was the best hotel I have stayed in a while.

The hotel has great customer service in the front desk, The breakfast is punctual and delicious, several options to choose. The small gym, the spa and the swimming pool are always clean. The rooms are comfortable, every day they are cleaned, just a general cleaning.

The in room Spa/Jetted tub is huge and such a treat, great for singles or couples, my daughter took family there to spend New Years eve and had such a good time. This was my second visit the perfect little get away close to home.

A nice gem in Everett. Its a much needed nice hotel in the area. Its very clean, rooms are great. View isn't much, but the stay is quite comfortable. The staff was amazing. I have no complaints and its only 7 minutes to Boeing and even closer to Paine Field, which is great for business travel.

Home away from home, offered chocolates on r pillow when we got to r room, had extra towels and was very clean inside n out. Exceptional breakfast offered, they had oatmeal in a vat, tasted great, they offered biscuits and gravy which my husband loves, there was eggs, bacon a variery of fruits snd grains. Great value!

The staff made our stay seem less, very friendly and accommodating. We were unable to stay at home, they provided us with a little home for the night. Thank you for taking a not so pleasant situation and making it effortless for us

With the location being just ok (it worked for us), when pulling up to the hotel we felt the hotel was nice and refreshing. Front desk was good and was helpful, the rooms were very clean and very nice. I heard the breakfast was good but we found it "ok". Overall, this hotel is very nice with good service and nice people. We will recommend to our baseball organization and friends about this property. We will be back!

I spent 15 nights at the Best Western Navigator Inn in Everett Washington USA from December 12th until December 27th 2019. The hotel staff is awesome and friendly. The renovations are wonderful. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and professional Erik, Kathryn, NDay, Conlan, Alex and others were. I feel like it is my home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was a good stay except for the breakfast the next morning. The fresh fruit was spoiled and there was no ice water available for the guests. We were told that the machine was out if order. Fitness center was very limited as there was only 3 cardio machines in it

The staff was attentive and kind upon check in. The amenities made the entire family happy. The price was within the family budget and then more. We will be back here another time. The hotel is not in the downtown Everett area but was within minutes of where our outings took place.

I booked this hotel using Delta Vacations to visit local family for Thanksgiving. Upon check-in we were given an older outdated room that felt like a dungeon. The guy at the front kindly put us into a room in the updated part and it was just fine...until I found long dark hair all over the floor in the bathroom. I let him know right away and he brought a tool so I could “swiffer”. I was tired and figured the maid would come in the morning. When she came by, we were dressing but we soon left all day and nobody ever came back. We let the same guy at the desk know and he said he'd leave the maids a note. I saw the maid the next morning and asked her to clean the room; she came in and made up the bed only (it looked like someone was still in it) That's literally all she did! So for the 3 nights we stayed, NO maid ever cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed, cleaned the floors or replenished our towels or toiletries. I had to ask for more toilet paper. Cons: - Updated rooms may look decent but may be hiding dirt. Bring your own Lysol wipes. - Maids might not be cleaning your rooms at all, they might just make the bed and go. - Bed blankets are super thin. My daughter was so cold she slept in her puffer jacket. I finally called the front desk to help me with the heater and it finally kicked in. - Hotel lobby is tiny and elevators have no security or “hotel” key needed for access. Anybody can access room floors so be cautious. We didn't have any issues but better to be safe. Pros: - Updated rooms are comfy. Beds are decent, and rooms have kitchenettes with utensils pots pans a microwave and refrigerator! - If you are local, ihop is across the street, Walmart is down the street. Gas station adjacent to property. - Free breakfast has a decent spread that was very convenient. - Staff I encountered were all nice; even the maid staff seemed sweet. - Even though our room was right above the hotel entrance and very close to the elevators, we rarely heard any noise.

Under construction. Room smelled like a Chinese buffet. Trash can was missing from bathroom. Sink in kitchen was clogged. When reported sink issue to staff they said, "I'm sorry to hear that. What would you like me to do about it?" We ended up fixing the clog ourselves. The bed wasn't made properly. The free breakfast wasn't impressive. The only impressive part of the stay was the face lift the dining area recieved.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to our daughter's home. We were only minutes away. It's also easy to get to from the airport car rental companies which are in the same street a few miles up the road. This location is not in downtown Everett.

They entire experience was aweful! We checked in and our room was disgusting. Nasty stains everywhere, on the floor, furniture etc. I wouldn't walk around in my socks at this place! Yes, it was an older room, but it was more than age and wear and tear, it was gross. We called the front desk requesting a room change, of which he obliged - our only request was a king bed in a clean room. He said he could get us a room, but only for 1 night and would gladly cancel our additional night. We went back up to our new room only to find the room had two double beds which was not doable considering my husband is a larger man. We then took our things back down to the lobby and ask for a complete cancellation of which he obliged. He did offer to get us a room at a sister property for the night as it was now nearing midnight, but we declined as we honestly were considering just driving all night to get home at this point. Upon leaving, we walked out to our car which was parked in hotel parking only to find that within the 20 minutes we were in your hotel our truck was broken into and our items were stolen. At this point we went back to the front desk to let them know what had happened also spoke to the Security guard who is sitting in the lobby. They weren't much help at all. We then flagged down a police officer driving by and he let us know that no one in the area would help us or share camera footage, due to threats by gangs and this happens all the time. The nearby gas station had a camera pointing directly at our vehicle and the refused to help. It is also very disturbing that there was a group of transient people that seem to be living on the hotel grounds just near the trash cans, hiding in the trees. After paying better attention is appears they are likely scoping out customers only to rob them when they leave their vehicles. This is not OK. Customer safety should be a top priority. We have stayed at many Best Western Hotels (especially Plus) and this hotel falls far far below that level in my opinion. The pictures are very misleading. We would never ever stay at this hotel again.

I love this hotel. They have an amazing breakfast plus a great swimming pool. On top of this the beds are always comfortable and the staff is super friendly. We had an event that we had to be in town for and we didn't want to leave the hotel because we were so comfortable lol! Will be back again soon!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a hot tub and kitchen. It was spacious, nicely updated, very clean and roomy. The walls are thin, so noises from other units can be heard. The people upstairs used their hot tub after 10:30 pm which made sleeping impossible because of the loud motor. I suggest that the hotel should have a policy that hot tubs be used before 10 pm as a courtesy to other guests.

And while the people who manned the reception area were friendly and knowledgeable, and the dining area was spacious and up-to-date, our room (on the second floor) was extremely worn (though spacious). Our couch was terribly stained and the coffee table and dining room table/chairs were beat up. We did have a pet-friendly room, but we stay at Best Western hotels ALL THE TIME where the pet-rooms look no different from the non-pet rooms.

Sunday morning, September 29, approximately 8:15 am: estimated 15-20 adults and children having breakfast in the dining area. The television is on with news and weather, in clear view of all in the room, when the the news immediately goes off and is replaced with XXX rated porn. Adults and children are looking at this not believing what we are seeing. The gentleman beside our table rushes to the front Check in counter trying to find someone to turn the television off. After approximately 60 to 90 seconds the porn was finally turned off. This will probably not be published but it definitely should be investigated.

We always enjoy our stay. very comfortable beds, very clean, quite and very accommodating and kind staff. We enjoyed the full breakfast. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We love the Navigator Inn and Suites.

This hotel is undergoing major renovation, I understand, and has good potential to be among the best Best Western hotels we have stayed at. The male front desk folks were good bu the one female I encountered about the fact that our room was out of toilet paper was not genial, turned to retrieve one roll of the paper from a cabinet and handed it to me. We were not told that there was a complementary snack provided in the early evening. Room key didn't work very well. Running out of toilet paper is a notable mistake. Also, I injured my foot when trying to open the bathroom door, which opens into the very tiny bathroom.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel the evening before we were to leave Portland to return home. We envisioned having to return our rental car, taking a shuttle to the airport and then a shuttle to the hotel.. Instead, the hotel shuttle picked us up directly at the car rental return. The next morning the hotel shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport at 4:30 am for our very early flight. They had even placed a few things in the breakfast area for us to eat before leaving. We were very happy with the service and would definitely highly recommend this hotel!

Very modern hotel. Pleasantly helpful staff, nice clean large room, and great breakfast options. Really got my money's worth. Only complaint was the lack of parking and the weird intersection on which it's located.

Great staff, lovely place. Poor location with sketchy people outside, but the night security was quick about them. Poor parking situation, but the parking garage was under construction. Decent breakfast.

This was our first stay at this Best western Plus and we were pleased, The hotel has had some renovations and it was nice and clean. We stayed in a king suite and it was large with a complete kitchen (and dishwasher) and a separate hid-a-bed couch that was firm. The location is great if you are going to tour the Boeing plant or fly out of Paine field. It is close to shopping and lots of restaurants around the Everette Mall. Will stay here again.

We stayed here 1 night for a visit to the boeing factory, which is a convent 10 minutes drive from the hotel. The hotel is nice with large and clean rooms, and the breakfast was good and the complimentary snaks in the evening was a good touch. Free parking at the hotel. 100% good value staying at this hotel.

They are currently under remodel so the dust was in the air when we arrived. (You can't have progress without a little mess) Workers were respectful as we walked through to get to our room stopping their tile removal until we passed by. Work stopped in the early evening allowing guests to attend the managers reception, which is wonderful for a bite to eat and a cold drink. Some of the rooms have been remodeled but ours wasn't one of those rooms. The room (122) itself was nice but dated. The only negative I saw was the lack of cleanliness inside the shower. It definitely needs a good scrub! A discount on the room would have been nice given it isn't remodeled yet. At check in the ladies were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I travel to the Seattle area every 3 months for medical visits so it will be nice to see the work they complete in that time.

Extremely happy with the services provided by this Hotel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and elegant. The breakfast provided is very good. The location is perfect ! Overall a great experience and love going back to this Hotel again and again :) FYI : I have stayed in this Hotel - Everett for more than 3 months in total in the last couple of years.

Room smelled like a locker room! Holes in curtain, stains on furniture. Hallways are dingy. Renovations are underway. We did get another room but it was also dingy. I'd wait till it's completely renovated before you stay!

Hotel looks okay on the outside and was easy to find with GPS. Breakfast was substandard. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations so was dirty everywhere and if you weren't in one of the renovated rooms they appeared very old. Beds were okay but the pillows need to be better quality. They offer an evening reception that was decent.

The breakfast was great! There was plenty to choose from and the breakfast woman was very quick to refill when trays became empty. The location of the hotel was different, nothing wrong just an odd place for a hotel.

This place was just ok. Hotel is undergoing a remodel so some amenities are not available. The complimentary breakfast is less than mediocre and our room faced some type of business in which they are moving equipment and such starting at 7am so it was a bit noisy

We called in from Whidbey Island..on our way back to Vancouver. Betty was amazing and slotted us into rooms which were fabulous. The hotel is undergoing renovations but breakfast. And service was fabulous. The mexican restaurants 11mins down the road The Avocado excellent. Once again thank you to Betty at reception...

The overnight options when flying out of Paine Field are limited. This hotel was about two miles away. The hotel is dated, the location is suburban, but it was clean and served it's purpose with no additional add-ons like parking etc. Didn't eat breakfast but it looked fine, fruit, make your own waffles, etc. There is a convenience store practically in the parking lot. There was construction going on which limited parking, however in the long run construction updates are a good thing.

The rooms are like you would find in a motel in the early 60's. It was clean however, but some of the lights did not work, and lacked a desk in the room. Even the decor on the outside looked weird as they used old airplane parts (wing sections, part of a fuselage). The entrance can be hard to find in the dark.

We really enjoyed this quiet location and excellent staff. We were checked quickly and given our rewards snack by a friendly receptionist. The room has a cute little Kitchener with flatware, dishes and glasses plus a good sized frig and microwave. It made eating our leftovers from the previous night much more enjoyable.

Navigator BW is affordable, close to the mall and movies, food and lots of coffee choices! One stayed at a lot of hotels downtown Seattle, and the price and parking fees are simply too high for us. This location isn't that far from Seattle and the hotel is truly great. The staff is so, so accommodating and the rooms are CLEAN and everything is always up to high standards. I've stayed here many times and I am always happy with the service and how clean everything is. I am picky on cleanliness, so for me, it's worth the drive to Seattle to do touristy things because of the price and attention to detail that they offer.

Just not great. Reminded me of a run down apartment. Old, yellow rooms. Floors were disgusting, both carpet and linoleum. Filthy and sticky. Our view was machinery out our window. Location was ok, but people hanging out in the parking lot.

We were visiting our son and had a suite. The amenities were awesome! We will stay again. The breakfast choices were excellent. The room was very spacious with a separate full kitchen, a living room and a private bedroom.

Bed was horrible and no heat, tried to change rooms and was unable. The hotel is in a good location and under construction , hopefully they have plans for new beds and to fix the heating! I love Best Westerns and they need to bring this one up to the standards of the Best Western flag.

The staff here is alway friendly and accommodating. We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and always find it to be a good deal. Week nights they have a dinner included. Would recommend this hotel for good value and location to visit Seattle.

Quiet, clean rooms. Nice to have a small kitchen, coffee maker, plates, etc. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice white sheets and bedspreads. Plenty of pillows. Full length mirror on closet door. Close parking.

Nice hotel. Could use some renovating as the rooms are a bit dated. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room had a coffee-maker and a large fridge which was nice. It also had a small kitchenette to cook if you needed to. All the silverware, plates, and pots and pans for cooking were included. The hotel is not easy to find as the sign is not up high. The small sign is on the street corner. Look for the sign that says, Navigator. The Best Western sign is on the hotel itself which sits back off the main street. The best point of reference is the Chevron on the corner. The included breakfast was good with pastries, waffles, eggs, bacon etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have guest passes to the gym just down the street which was a nice touch. Good location close to many restaurants in the area. Not sure I would stay here again, but overall a good stay.

The hotel was being refurbished and there was a lot of noice and dust, which we had not been told in advance. Housekeeping did not make our bed and there were no shampoo and soap ind the dispensers. We will definitely not go there again.

We have staid at this hotel many many times before but the rooms are in bad need of Reno's, which they're doing so that's great but I feel like they should have shut down during the Reno's or offered a discount Staff is great though

Very good breakfast, price was good for the room. Spa tub in room was a welcome treat. Noise outside was loud. Hotel is right next to Chevron gas station. Shared parking lot. Some shady people next door with the car wash.

Love this place! Clean. Quiet. Loved fitness room (small but they offer a pass to a gym next door for free if you want) but treadmills and bikes were in excellent condition. Breakfast was amazing! My FAV Location. Highly recommend. Clean, quiet. Slept like a baby!

Unless you feel like spending a lot of money for things you don't use, this is the place. Clean, great staff and the price is very fair. I have never had any issues while staying here. Has a pool, exercise room, and an internet with desk top computer. Each room has a flat screen TV, HBO and high speed internet for laptops, phones or what ever the case is. This motel is close to everything from great restaurants, movie theater, and a mall.

After a very friendly welcome at 10 pm we were happy to find a cosy, comfortable room. Great beds. Bathroom and room were clean. Breakfast in the morning was good but the dining area is a bit small (lots of people on a Sunday morning)

I very much liked the check in...quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby furniture was worn and visually dirty. My room could have used a little work. The bed was HARD!! And after I got the closet door open I found a dirty sock on the floor.YUCK!

Our father who has worked and raised a family of nine children basically on his own is now 73 years old. He never stopped working or slowed down at all and as we all made plans to do thanksgiving together, he suddenly had a stroke 3 weeks ago. It has been a whirlwind and we had the reservations at the “Navigetor” had been made before this episode. We kept the reservations as my father's hospital is right down the street. Being from one of the main tourist towns in the world for over 27 years, I am used to the way hotel staying works. You take the good with the not so good and if it's a little bit good, then... it's good! Well, the “Navigator” broke the mold. The service from start to finish was outstanding. I have been in the customer service for the last 30 years and to have been treated like a VIP and to see others treated that was was so refreshing. I think and always have believed that “ everyone” is a VIP. It turns out that the staff ( all of them! not just 1 or 2) were outstanding, thoughtful, friendly, and literally ran a few times to go out of their way to serve others. I think they need to come to Hawaii and teach us a thing or two! Aloha, Jen

This is so close to the Boeing factory as well as two great museums. The Museum of Flight Restoration shop and Paul Allen collection. The Whidbey Island ferry is close too. Hotel is clean with a good breakfast. I love the canopy over the front entrance. it is the wing from a Boeing 727. Lots of aviation history noted in locations within.

Close to work, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is always welcoming it makes me enjoy returning. Whenever I have had an issue, they are right on it. Nice evening reception and breakfast, small fitness room and pool. Stayed here many times.

This hotel has a lot of wear and tear but also a lot of dirt in places where you would not expect it to be. The lobby area was clean enough but there is no water excluding breakfast time to be found in the lobby. Most of the staff was friendly. The hallway carpets are very worn and there is a lot of built up dust on either side of the hallways. My room was very dirty. Housekeeping leaves a lot and didn't even do simple things like change toilet paper rolls or wipe counters in either the bathroom or the kitchen up area. The photos are from the bathroom. The pool water was cloudy as well as the hot tub water and the timer for the hot tub did not work so you could not judge how long you were in there if you expected the timer to go off when you set it for any amount of time . Parking is very limited and many guests were without a place to park each night of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a large room and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. There's some remodeling underway which is a minor inconvenience, but will improve with time. The breakfast was the best included hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Clean, large, comfy, friendly room with everything you could need...including full sized fridge. Stayed with friend for event at Angel of the Winds arena. Would highly recommend for anyone! Pool, hot tub, great breakfast, super nice and helpful staff from front desk to housekeeping to security. Big thumbs up!

If you like airplanes you'll like the design of this BW +.. Near to the Boeing plant and fantastic aircraft museums, this is the place to stay. The rooms are a little dated, but reno is nearing completion on the roof. Clean and quiet. We'll stay here again..

We stayed at this hotel last weekend, what a great place, and great value. Room was spacious and clean, kitchenette was a nice touch. It is dated but that was no big deal to us because the value was great compared to other places nearby. The check in check out staff were awesome, especially Olivia who patiently entered in my travel gift cards with a smile the whole time! Kids liked the pool and hot tub, I never went in to it. Very close to the outlet malls as that was the main reason for our stay.

The place is clean and functional. The rooms will need renovating in the next couple of years. Things are getting quite dated. There was a surprising amount of traffic noise during the night. The room has central air/heat which is vastly superior in quietness to the usual noisy under window systems.

Breakfast not as good as it used to be.noisey room next to the elevator, noisy air conditioning, basic breakfast friendly staff,room r need updating, expensive for a hotel that used to be a pleasure to go to.

We stayed here a few years back and we enjoyed it. So when we spent a whole day at the the zoo, we chose to stay here for the night to recuperate. Fruit-infused ice water available at the lobby through out the day. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful and made checking in a breeze. We got in later that night so we were given a mobility accessible room which is on the first floor just behind the front desk/offices and across from the pool and fitness centre. The closest room to the lobby where breakfast is held. The room is clean and big, lots of space for the kiddies to move around. Comes with a full kitchen with pots and pans, cutlery, plates, etc. Breakfast includes yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee, water, omelette, potato and ham, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins, cookies, and their make-your-own BW waffles—regular or blueberry. The BW blueberry waffles are good. If you can't stay for breakfast, just ask the front desk for a goodie bag and it's breakfast to go.

Convenient to many attractions in Everett WA, Room had a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, we heard no road traffic, the room was large and the bed comfortable, would recommend as a nice point to stop and unwind before heading out again

We stayed overnight here during a trip to Seattle. Outside of hotel is modern and welcoming with a giant airplane wing providing cover at the entrance. Lobby was bright and modern as well. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice. Everything was fully functional, but the counters and paint seemed very dated. Light switches seemed very old and would be an easy fix to make rooms more modern. Minor gripe though. Cleanliness was good and beds were comfortable. Room was a good size too. Overall, the price was competitive. Free parking, free breakfast with fresh berries and a dip in the indoor pool really clinched the deal.

Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was comfortable also. Nice shower and good shower head with decent pressure. Plus a real bathroom fan! Breakfast was the usual waffles toast eggs cereal etc. front desk staff was polite. Breakfast lady had zero smiles and appeared crabby when asked if she could get more whipped cream. I observed this and didn't experience it.

Food was good, I liked the mini sized waffles. My great grandson liked the pool , I liked that the cleaning people allowed me to sleep in after dialysis treatment, I was glad of the added security, my great grandsons enjoyed the rewards bags.

This place might have improved but when I was there it just was not a great experience. That is the case with so many places in that area. I suggest going more towards Seattle or down to Mukeleo. It was not terrible but...

The hotel was adequate,but nothing special. It needs some updating which is what we found in many hotels in our recent 12 day road trip. The deak person was awesome. They had a good breakfast and complimentary guest laundry. It was a good upgrade from the Cascadia best western

The evening snacks with the free beer is great touch. The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel has a small fitness center, however they give you a pass to the gym next door, open 24hrs. I would definitely recommend this place.

My friend needed a place to stay after her 2 week vacation turned into an emergency surgery 4 weeks away from home event. Upon arrival at her apartment, less than 2 weeks post-op, she unlocked the door of her apartment to the horror of a busted pipe, 3 weeks ago in record heat, soaked carpets, mold and mildew. The lady at the front desk was SO helpful! Went above and beyond to help my friend in her tough situation. I am SO IMPRESSED!

We stayed 1 night in this hotel as we were heading to the boeing factory early the next day. The hotel is exactly what I think of when I think of a Best Western Hotel...simple and clean. We had a large room with 2 queen sized beds and a kitchen. The kitchen area was well stocked....we may have used it had we been staying longer. There were many perks: -coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in the lobby - free parking and wifi -free dinner served Monday-Thursday- baked potato and salads....wine and beer -breakfast - waffles, pancakes, eggs, oatmeal.... it was decent - there was a nice indoor pool and hot tub area. There were no pool towels available when we were there, but the lady at the front desk immediately brought some. - free paper -small gym, but access to the gym next door. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She even printed out driving instructions to the Boeing factory. Not a glamorous hotel, but a nice place to stay.

Checked in at 130am...after long flight the clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and updated. The breakfast hit the spot as my day was very full. Ill be back.....in addition, the workout gym was above and beyond my expectations.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. But this hotel impressed me as an older business. The door in our bathroom can use a replacement as its bottom was full of wear and tear signs from repeatedly jammed towels. The carpet on the 2nd floor had a funky smell - mixture of detergent and odor.

This is a very nice hotel to stay while traveling if you want some place quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was very well maintained. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. It had most everything you could think of from bagels and toast to eggs and cereal. Something for everyone. I felt like it was in a safe location with shopping and restaurants all around. Bed was very comfortable.

The floor has very visible spill spots that wiped up with a damp tissue (which was black after wiping the floor), indicating that housekeeping doesn't even bother to clean the floors. There was a floor tile that was sticking up, which I tripped over multiple times. The bedside tables were dirty as well. The room amenities were ample for the kitchenette and toiletries. The room and beds were comfortable.

Little hard to find entrance..behind Chevron Station...plenty of parking .. Room little "old-fashioned" but in a "nice"way..comfortable bed 'easy" chair--.complete kitchen...even utensils, toaster, dishes...full size refrigerator. Great way to save money on "eating out"..although I Hop across street.. Lobby used for great breakfast , lots of seating..but could stand little updating..Indoor pool.. Desk people very helpful...restauirant and store directions. Interesting aspect...cost me (solo) $ 200.. I expected it to be less from aspect of being 'little outdated' but would stay there again..

Normally not a negative person but lets get the cons out of the way. The signage on roof does not tell you how to enter the parking lot. I went through a service station then onto a passenger cross walkway to get in. Not a good way to start ca visit. The rooms have no closet. How to hang up coats and long dresses?. The breakfast was mundane, nothing to praise, nothing to complain about. The pros: The lobby, hallways etc exceptionally clean. Check in desk is efficient Swimming pool was...ok...I'm unsure when water was changed, or re chlorinated. The hot stub was magnificent. Toiletries in bath room was sparse, but adequate If we revisit Everett I think we will see what other hotels costs as $169 seemed excessive for ambiance etc.

Would recommend to travelers! Nice clean rooms, hospitality was great. Will go back again. Check in was easy, parking was great. Rooms quiet and peaceful. Room service was spot on. Breakfast food was exceptional.

We will for sure be making another stay here if we are in the area! The only problem was the wifi kept kicking me and my daughter off; but other than that we had a great time!! Recommend this place to families!

would highly recommend staying at any BW, I travel all over the western states and always choose Best Western if there is a choice regardless if its for business or personal travel. the staff members are very helpful

Customer service was very good. Good hospitality and good compliment of breakfast food. Room was very clean. Everything in the room were clean. Service is fast. I love the workout room and swimming pool my son love it. Internet is very good and fast too.Love this place that I would come back to. Thank you very much.

Staff friendly. Exterior and common areas very nice. Rooms old, dated, and smelled of pets and smoking. Bedspreads still used instead of freshly laundered duvet covers. Not enough bedding provided. Chairs in the room were stained. Carpet old and worn. Overall appearance of room - old and dated. Hot water and water pressure great. Breakfast very good. Price point too high for quality of the property.

Clean, Comfortable, up to date. Staff made us feel welcome and appreciated for staying with them. Easy access of I5. Kitchenette was a great plus and the 2 queen room had ample space. 24 hour coffee and fresh flavored water in reception area. Free parking, on site: which you WONT find in Seattle~ worth the short drive. If I am in the area I won't hesitate to stay again. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Betty at the front desk... she is an employee to hold onto, very customer orientated and friendly, Heather who was handing the breakfast offerings, very helpful, friendly and customer service orientated . Management- what ever you are doing, keep it up as it shows with your happy helpful employees.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and quite. Centralized location and easy access to I5. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Easy business room, as well acceptable pool area and workout facility. Breakfast was very good.

Definitely a great hotel. Staff, location, room atmosphere, cleanliness, 24 hour coffee in lobby were all wonderful. We will return to the area this summer and are looking forward to staying here again.

We have family in Everett, WA. Since Nov 2017 we have stayed at this hotel and had other family members stay there too. Location was great and convenient. The staff bend over backward to make us comfortable, and are diligent at their duties and at helping us enjoy our stay. We will be staying here again soon. And look forward to staying once more at the BW Navigator, Everett,WA.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We had a room on the third floor which was reasonably quiet despite the nearby main road. The room's decor was a little dated, but clean, with a kitchenette. Everything was in working order. The king bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The morning breakfast was very good with enough selections to start the day. The coffee was good. I especially liked the cut up fresh fruit. We would choose to stay here again.

One of the best hotels we ever staid in! Very clean rooms, hallways, emergency exits, updated bathroom and kitchen (executive room). Excellent internet and TV. Hotel offers complimentary light dinner Mo-Thu. Nice selection at breakfast.

I was hoping the rooms were just as cool as the building but maybe in the future. Upon check in there was a water cooler with watermelon water and some other fruity punch. The room was spacious with a little kitchenette which we didn't need but nice to have. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Good variety. There was a pool and a small workout room and business center. It was a good experience. No complaints.

My stay has been wonderful thanks to the staff and abundant amenities. Cassidy in particular, was extremely helpful on more than one occasion during my stay. I should also add that the coffee is extraordinarily tasty. Be sure to ask for hot coco at the front desk ;) There's an area for dogs also!

We had a very late check in and the whole experience was awesome. This place is friendly, spacious, quiet, clean and we felt very comfortable, all for a great price. And a convenience store right next door for late night snacks :)

The moment we approached the front desk, there was a smiling reception. It did not matter who was at the reception desk, all of the staff was happy and informative,. Olivia who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were booked for one evening but after the welcome we received we decided to stay another night. The staff whether it was in the day afternoon or evening were customer orientated and made you welcome. I would maybe make a suggestion that a map of Everett would be great at the front desk as we were able to get one for Seattle. Great breakfast and kitchen facilities.

The hotel is located near several large dealerships in a clean part of town. The parking and wi-fi are free and the breakfast had a variety of options. There are spacious kitchenettes available if you have a family and the customer service was excellent. I would stay here again when doing business in the Seattle area.

Upon arrival we felt very welcome and even received a free upgrade that time since I am a loyal guest at Best Western and try to stay there when ever possible. Also this location was a good choice to pick since it is just around the corner of Boeing. Always worth a visit too. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, peaceful sleep ... What more to ask for...

Sometimes you just need to get away, you know? When those times involve the grandkids, the Navigator Inn is our go-to hotel. The location is right -- about 20 minutes north of our house. The value is good -- having a decent daily breakfast helps. We like the decor, which is aviation-themed in keeping with the hotel's location near Boeing's assembly plant. And whatever else we might end up doing up in Everett, as far as the grandkids are concerned, the hotel could only have the indoor pool and they'd be happy. This isn't a 4-star luxury resort, but it doesn't need to be. It's just a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff and the things we look for in a hotel, like an included breakfast and wifi and the aforementioned pool. My only complaint about our most recent stay was that we were never able to get our various electronic devices connected to the hotel's wi-fi system. Being in IT myself, I know that there could be many reasons for this, most of which are beyond the hotel staff's control. Still, when I mentioned it to them at checkout they offered to make it up to me, which was very kind of them. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good amenities, what more could you want from a hotel?

The staff are friendly and willing to help. The price was reasonable for a last minute stay. Rooms were clean but the beds are not comfortable to sleep on. There is not much parking by the hotel had to park by the near by gas station.

We stayed at this loxation for 2 nights. Loved the fact that there is a mini kitchen in the room. I hate when i have to use bathroom sink to rinse out things that should be done in the kitchen. Great experience overall

Except for a few minor problems which were rectified when told about them; my stay was very nice. The staff was great. They have a hot breakfast every AM. The eggs and meat,were a little dried out the two days I went down, the fruit was good, they had cereal and yogurt and also waffles. It was a typical hotel buffet but I ate out the other 6 days that I was there.They also had an evening reception, Monday through Thursday, wirth a light dinner and wine. I didn't attend any of them but I Like the idea of that; I haven't seen it in other hotels. The walls are very thin. I heard someone playing a guitar and singing and it sounded like it was right outside my door, but no one was there. There were lots of kids runing up and down the halls and screaming like kids do. Not really the hotel's fault but the parents weren't keeping there kids under control. It was pretty quiet at night so I was able to sleep OK. It's close to the Everett Mall so lots to do; it's a little ways out of town so if you don't mind that; it's a great location. The room was comfortable and had may ammenities; refig, microwave, coffe maker, hair drier, flat screen TV, etc., etc.

For a chain hotel, they do everything right. Room, staff, and location are all great. Parking is free, and easy, internet worked just fine, room was nicely appointed, bathroom was clean and organized. Shower water power was reasonable. Again for this area, and value of what you get, you can't go wrong. the front staff know the area, restaurants and are very ready to assist.

This place has an amazing staff. They not only made you feel at home, they were so helpful. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. The cost ? Excellent value for the money. We would not hesitate to stay there when we are in the area.

The Hotel was in great shape; staff most helpful; room amenities were great as well. Truly enjoyed the hotel. Even though the area was questionable in nature, surprisingly the noise was at a minimum. I did not participate in the evening meal offering, but I loved the idea and would have done so had I not already had plans for dinner with friends.

The manager on duty the night I was there was very helpful I had credit issues and he was able to get it all figured out in no time. I also called after I had checked out to have the receipt emailed to me and she sent it right away. I would definitely stay again.

We have a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were pleasant & friendly. The breakfast was excellent and have many items to choose. We were greeted kindly with small presents including those for our puppy. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this hotel!

I like this place. The jet wing sticking off the front gives it a cool feeling. The rooms are nice. We got one with a couch and small kitchen for the same price as the one without. Over all pretty satisfied

We were very satisfied with everything about the BW Navigator. We were in Everett, WA for a celebration of life for one of our dear family members. Sad time. The kind and pleasant service of each of the staff members made it easy to catch up with ourselves and with relatives. We already have plans to stay another night. And will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Perfect hotel with no frills. Hot water for bath, heater works perfectly. Small kitchenette. 15 mins drive from Seattle premium outlets. Beds are soft, and rooms are spacious. Full kitchen utensils provided in mini Kitchen for cooking.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights over thanksgiving and black friday. The hotel was clean. The room and beds were comfortable. Tv and internet worked fine. Staff were friendly and courteous. Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect. Complimentary shuttle has been discontinued. The complimentary light dinner on thanksgiving was delightful! And unexpected! Included wine and beer too! Hot breakfast buffet was delicious! We loved the blueberry waffles topped with strawberry and whipped cream. Oatmeal was tasty too. Ample coffee regular and decaf too. Well located within a mile or so of fred meyers, walmart, panera bread, and Target. Overall a very good stay. We will stay again the next time we are in the area.

The hotel overall was great for a last minute getaway decision. It was in a great location close to food and shops. It was 12 minutes from our planned outing which was great. I think there was only 2 downfall; first one was that the room we got had a weird smell nothing to noticeable after youve been in the room for awhile but once you entered it was there. And the last one was that the pool was down and they sent us to the gym next door but didn't tell us we needed to bring anything. The gym doesn't have towels so we didn't find out until we got there.

Nice hotel, not too far from Seattle for all the touristy things to do down there and the price is MUCH better than what you'll find in Seattle or Redmond. I was surprised by all the stuff that was around Everett, nice park, aviation history museums, and beautiful views. Good WiFi and breakfast. Parking is tight in this bulding. A problem I've found in other Washington hotels, or at least Hampton Inns. Parking is under hotel so very tight and restricted. Get a smaller car, some people had big pickups and I don't know how they got out of the lot.

Unexpected happy hour during 2 of my three day stay upon check in. it's great I got to taste beer and wine. Variety of breakfast every day. Services are excellent. Parking can filled up quickly before 9pm.

Nice hotel with quick check in. Breakfast was excellent this morning. Had blueberry bagel with fresh fruit and yogurt. They also had hot eggs, potatoes, ham, waffles and various pastries. Complementary with your room. Received a parking permit which was free also. Conveniently located about 45 min north of the airport.

Clean; convenient; staff was VERY accommodating; loved having a "real" fridge in the kitchenette for food & medications; and slept like a log! Appreciated the way the bathroom was set up. I liked the wall mounted shampoo, cream rinse, and body wash - much more convenient than "tiny" bottles. Nice.

Stayed 2 night as we were in town to do an obstacle race in Snohomish County. Hotel is central to the freeway (10 Min) and is near a large Wal Mart. The staff here are all very friendly which makes any stay that much better. The fridge in our room was not working so they gave us another room no problem & it turned out to be a 1 bedroom suite so that was appreciated. The breakfast is decent, your typical continental, but was always refreshed with new eggs or sausages. The hotel also has a security guard patrolling the parking area at night. Would stay here again and tell others.

Once located the staff welcomed tired travellers; when asked about room deficiency, they explained their limitations to address the problem in a factual way. The conversation was always customer friendly while apologetic, however a commitment to resolve first thing the next day.

Out-of-town friends needed a place to stay. I researched and recommended the nearby, nice-seeming Best Western Navigator. Online room rate seemed a good deal. When I went there with our friends, the desk clerk quoted a slightly higher rate, including taxes and fees. Still OK; there's often a difference between online and in-person. They agreed and checked in. ALL night long, they were kept awake by vehicles arriving and leaving. They watched obvious activity of drug deals outside in the parking lot. A party started in the parking lot around 3 a.m. The next morning as our friends left, they found their receipt slipped under the door. They were shocked to see the charge! .A complaint to the desk clerk was met with indifference. Asking for a manager, they were told he was out for the day.

I was upgraded to a suite which was very functional for business travel. Breakfast and happy hour snack were very good. Fitness room was small but equipment worked well. Pool was clean and inviting. The suite had coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher so great for business travel where you could make your own meals.

We were booked in by our employer to attend a conference in the city. As our reservation was made at last minute, we were booked for two different rooms during our stay. No a problem, the staff moved our things while we were away. Smooth move. Both rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The included breakfast was filled with great variety. The highlight was a "make it yourself" waffle station. All was well but served significantly after the promised time. I thought we'd miss an appointment if we waited for the food. There was also a complimentary dinner served but it was just average. Nothing special. A satisfactory stay.

I got a last minute deal for the suit with the bubble tub and recommend it for anyone! Big room, great service, comfy bed. Breakfast was better than average on offerings, but could have better flavor.

Bathroom fan broken. Bed far too soft Outside noise was like an airport. Loud forklift truck all day long starting at 6 am with a low rumble and infrequent sounds making it impossible to block out. Need better sound guarding windows for the room.

A suite comes with a comfortable bedroom, living room with furniture, a fully equipped kitchenette (though I couldn't be sure of knives), and free breakfast. What more can one ask... with its convenient location in town, extremely friendly staff, and a safe, homey environment.

We stopped on our way south and have stayed here in the past. The location is great to get on the 405 and close to some good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. the internet was very good. The bed was not as comfortable as other Best Westerns but was okay. Breakfast was good and hot. Parking was good

Nice accommodation having kitchen in all the rooms including utensils for cooking !!! Very friendly staff. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Laundry is free and even light dinner (snacks) is served in the evening along with Drinks! overall great place to stay !!!

We booked the 1 bedroom king suite, which was perfect for our family of four. Lots of space in the bedroom for our packable crib, and our other child slept in the sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen if you do want to do any cooking. Great buffet breakfast spread! Pool was fun for the kids, though the water is pretty cool Hot tub was under service on one of the days we were there, which was disappointing. Service was good. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of better lighting in the bathroom. In the shower it's pretty dark as there is no light in the bathtub area.

We use this hotel when go to an auction each year in Everett. Because we live in a rural area when come to a population center, we want to be close to shopping and this hotel is close to a shopping center, a Costco, other places that we shop at. Excellent hotel for the value we get. Thanks.

The rooms include a kitchen and separate bedroom area. Always with utensils and ready to use if needed. Staff is very welcoming and the food service is one of the best we have experienced across country and hotel chains. Indoor pool are is very well done and maintained.

Lovely little hotel, clean, friendly centrally located. Will stay here again. Pillows are a little small and not very fluffy which I prefer but overall very nice. Lobby was decorated for Halloween which I thought was great and they had complimentary dinner and wine for three nights which I had never experienced before, that was an added bonus :)

Having stayed at a Best Western Plus earlier in the summer, I received a travel card that I wanted to use up. As I was travelling from Vancouver BC to Seattle, I decided to stay here based on TripAdvisor reviews. The check-in process was a little slower than average, but the front desk was friendly. Using my travel card was no issue. Kids were happy to look at the Hallowe'en decorations in the lobby as we waited. Good things about our room: - Bed was comfortable - Mini-kitchen for those who want to cook instead of going out - 3 sinks (one in bathroom, one outside of bathroom, and one in kitchen) - Decent LCD TV - Good Internet speeds (measured to be about 3.75Mbps) Bad things about the room: - NOISE. I could hear the customer staying directly above us walking all night and dropping things. I could hear the toilets flush from all sides. I could hear all the road noise. And the fridge hummed loudly. I only slept a few hours the entire night. - The sitting chair leg was broken. I'm surprised housekeeping didn't notice. - The bathtub is in poor repair (see photo provided). The installation of the shower bar looked unfinished, and there was an odd sealing job in the corner of the bathrub. I initially thought it was old used soap, but looks to be some sort of plug that was sealed with silicone. - The toilet looked bad (see photo provided). When I first peered into it, I thought housekeeping forgot to clean the toilet. After several flushes,I'm guessing they're some sort of scatch marks. Regardless, no customer ever wants to walk into the bathroom thinking it wasn't cleaned. - The room just feels old and drab due to yellowish lighting. Breakfast was fine. Simple selection of breads, biscuit & gravy, fruit, waffles, oatmeal and cereal along with juice, milk and coffee. Hotel is located just behind a gas station. They almost seem to share a parking lot. Some restaurants are a short drive away. Overall, just a really disappointing stay considering this hotel is currently rated as 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor. The only other place I've stayed in Everett is the Courtyard in downtown Everett. I would gladly pay the extra $20/night (plus breakfast) to be in a brand new hotel in a better location with better restaurants and get a good night sleep. The only advantage to the Navigator Inn location is if you need to be in that particular area and if you need the mini-kitchen. But I would not recommend for tourists just staying for one night on their way to/from Seattle.

It was in a good location but that's about all I can say good about it. Hotel seemed tired and run down...but maybe it was just our room. It was reasonably quiet which is good. When we arrived the exterior window was wide open and we were on the main floor. Breakfast was poor to say the least...or best!

We had two queens with a kitchenette. The hotel is older but clean. The sheets were past their prime and could use replacing. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual with the eggs and sausage not up to par the day we were there. The fresh fruit was nice to have for a change. The price was reasonable.

The Reason we usually go to Best Westerns mostly it's because the pools open early and very late the pools are usually very nice and clean there's usually a gym and a really really good breakfast also we like the rooms and staff members are nice!

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing time. Staff was great, informative. The ambience of the hotel was fun. Not the Ritz but we wouldn't feel comfortable there anyway. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great place to stay staff was great, Yummy delicious breakfast great fresh fruit and hot food. Room was nice and would stay again. Great location nice pool and free guest laundry. Hotel was very busy but it was nice and quiet. My only complaint was I would have liked a full size coffee pot. Coffee and hot water were available 24 7 and the fruit water in the evening was yummy.

Hotel is very tired. Needs paint in some places as well as cleaning. Rug was dirty and worn in places. Would not return. A few Best Westerns are great but others are pretty sad. There is not a consistent flow to what we want and deserve in a hotel.

Quick stop here for the night. Wasn't planned but were able to get a room. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Room was a king suite, I slept on the pull out couch, which was definitely a pull out couch. Nothing fancy but not super horrible. Bathroom wasn't all that clean and tub didn't drain well. Nice spread for breakfast tho. Not a bad overnight stop.

The property was welcoming & had a clean feel about the whole place. The front desk staff were always friendly & helpful & check in was very fast. The location initially seems a bit odd as it is directly behind a gas station & small store but it wasn't a problem. In fact it worked very well for the places we wanted to visit especially Boeing. It was also not far to a supermarket, shops & restaurants. The décor has an aircraft theme generally, for obvious reasons. The Wi-Fi was stable but not secure which is not unusual. The room was a good size with a kitchen & also a second washbasin outside the bathroom. Helpful when 2 are getting ready together. It had good lighting & storage. The a/c was noisy but not too noisy to sleep. They allow pets. The breakfast area was small but had good choices. Coffee was always available. There was also a pool & hot tub. There was under cover parking for a dozen or so but the spaces were small so we stuck with the outside parking but always got a space.

This hotel goes above and beyond for your stay. We arrived for our first stay in time for the managers dinner, which offered a self serve dinner and side. However the crowning feature is the fact that they will offer you a guest pass for the gym that is a just a few steps away from the hotel. What the hotel might have a minimum of the gym makes up for physical activities. This hotel offered more than expected for the price and will be staying here again for our next trip to Seattle.

Wonderful staff here that will make sure you are accommodated correctly . If you have any issues they will go out of their way to make you happy. This is a great hotel based on its front desk people alone. Great job !

We stayed for one night when visiting the Boeing factory a short drive away. Friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom. About 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. A plane wing over the entrance is cool.

This Best Western is Filthy! The furniture, drapes and carpet were disgusting! The beds are uncomfortable! The neighborhood isn't good! As soon as we got up to the room I called and told them we were checking out in the morning( we would have left then but it was 3 a.m.) I might not ever stay in another Best Western after this!

Got a great deal and a very nice bed. Recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Everett or Lynwood. Staff was helpful and very nice. parking was good and there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

This hotel was the perfect choice for us! We were looking for a new home in the area, so we booked a room with a kitchenette. It was nice to be able to cook simple meals instead of eating out all the time. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities and the large variety of teas and coffee always available in the lobby. The location of the hotel was ideal, since it was so easy to get on and off the freeway. Thank you to all the hotel staff for an excellent temporary home while we looked for our permanent one. Fortunately, we found one quickly and we're now residents of the area.

Our room was not ready when we arrived it was about a 30 minute wait but the manager went out of his way and gave us $20 off our stay. I enjoyed the bubble tub as well. And the location is nice close to the mall and other shopping.

Very nice place. Quiet. Convenient. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. CLEAN. +++A surprise dinner buffet. Monday-Thursday evenings 530-730. An entree, salad fixings, bread, cheese, crackers. chips/salsa and up to 3 servings of wine or beer. The breakfast choices were very plentiful. This BW Plus is a very nice place. Sure wish more BW Pluses were like this property. Did I say, friendly and helpful staff? Nice, nice stay

Nice room, with friendly staff and good breakfast. The location in Everett is about half an hours drive from downtown Seattle, and five minutes from the Boing Visitors center. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. It is convenient enough and we chose it primarily because of the distance/price factor. It is a little high priced for what you get, but that is a general reflection of the Seattle area, not the hotel itself.

I booked 20 rooms for a group. Form the time first contact to obtain a great group rate to check out from Hotel, everyone I dealt with were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. rooms were clean. Amenities were satisfactory. Parking spaces were limited.

Better than most apartments, great kitchen suite, King sized bed and lovely big bath, and living room Wish I could've moved in. Great place if you have to have a longer stay as well. Would have loved to have time in the pool.

Decent hotel on a busy road tucked behind a gas station. Staff are friendly and the room was OK. It had a stove and fridge so you can cook if need be. They serve a breakfast (didn't go) and have a guest reception from 530 to 700. It started about 15 minutes late. Snacks were fine. Beer and wine was of the lowest grade but hey, it was free. The area isn't the best so I would stick to their inside cardiovascular room which was fine. If you need a place to crash, this one isn't great bit it's not bad.

Loved the bed, my room was clean cozy quite and relaxing. Breakfast was just what I needed and I loved the coffee. This is just the place to stay when you just need to get away or on a long family vacation, everything was great!

we had a lovely stay at this Best Western, very clean rooms and wonderful front desk staff. They offered a free breakfast which was way above most free breakfast. And to our delight on certain nights there is a free dinner. Ours was spaghetti and meatballs and buns and salad and beer or wine with the meal. How awesome is that..we were only there one night so didn't use much of the facilities except the computer cafe which thankfully has a printer so you can print things like boarding pass. I took a walk around and was impressed with the gym and pool area. highly recommend this location

A positive experience for a reasonable price in the Seattle area. The nightly Manager's Reception on Mondays to Thursday was a pleasant surprise. Beer and wine and a light supper was provided. Breakfast was provided daily. Our room was clean, roomy and comforatable. The staff are friendly and we would defintely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Especially for Canadian government employees. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Rooms are quiet. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend people to stay here. Give it a chance.

We were impressed with the nice complimentary breakfast AND Monday-Thursday they do a complimentary "light dinner" including beer and wine. Very nice and great way to save some money! The bed was super comfy!

The Best Western Navigator Plus has always been a great place. We have stayed here many times and have brought friends to stay. The rooms are great and the staff is wonderful. The location is great for us with all of the things we do,especially the air shows and museums. Will always recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for one night in a room with a Japanese bubble tub. The room was huge; it featured a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The staff we interacted with was wonderful and they had a good, albeit standard, breakfast. I gave it 4 stars because we could hear other people in their rooms both walking down the hallway and in our room. Also, the hotel doesn't appear to be in a very nice part of town and we were a bit concerned when the staff told us that they had security on-site 24 hours a day. However, that concern amounted to nothing.

This is our motel of choice when in the area. Pet friendly. Great helpful staff. Wonderful complimentary breakfast and now snack buffet with beer and wine 4 nights a week.The room was comfortable, has micro,refrig and air conditioning.

For a short drive north of Seattle this is a great place to stay. We've stayed at this location before and I found my most recent stay to be as pleasant at the first. The rooms are well appointed and offer a bit more space than the average hotel room. The room I was in had a small kitchenette so for an extended stay this place is excellent.

We decided to stay outside Seattle on this trip to explore the area and, with luck, save some money. We've always had good luck at Best Western and this place looked central so we booked. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchenette was a nice extra, especially at this price. The breakfast was very basic but who needs more than toast, coffee and peanut butter anyway. I wouldn't recommend the afternoon meal, though it was a nice gesture and some seemed to like it. I would go back.

I booked this hotel, mainly for its close proximity to the Boeing plant. Everything about the place was very good! Big spacious room with kitchenette, very good wifi connection, plenty of parking, good beds, and complimentary breakfast had enough variety. The frontdesk staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous and the express checkout was very efficient. Did not use the pool/hot tub, but saw plenty of people who did, so that seemed to be good. One area for improvement is the breakfast area, which is small, so getting a table is a hit and miss matter. Location wise, it is on a main road that has good restaurant options close by, only a 5-10 drive to the Boeing plant and easy to get to downtown Seattle within an hour depending on traffic. I'd definitely stay again and would surely recommend it!

I would definitely stay here again. We got a great deal, place is close by to Future of flight and Boeing!!!! Sort of commercial and residential area, mall, restaurants and attractions short drive away. Super helpful staff, delicious hot breakfast, pool, hot tub this place has it all you need. Great job Best Western!!!

This is one of the better BW plus in the northwest. The exterior is neat with airplane parts on the entrance. They offer a welcome gift plus the points to diamond members. They also do a small meal service at night with beer and wine. Lots of rooms have kitchenettes. I always try to stay here when I'm in the area for work.

It's my first time to stay at Best Western Plus Navigator Inn & Suites. My sister and my brother-in-law booked us a 2 bedroom suites. I like the room, it has small kitchen and TV and it's clean. The breakfast is good! my children like the waffles. Friendly staff as well. Most of all FREE WIFI. Thank you.

A very nice place we chose due to close proximity of Future of flight museum and Boeing.I would definitely stay here again. Great value, we had king suite that was spacious, with full kitchen. Everyone was super helpful, delicious breakfast, nice pull with small deck that had barbecue. I guess you can use it?, we never asked.Super clean, very happy with the value!!!

We stayed here for one night on our way up to Anacortes. The staff was friendly enough, but we quickly realized that the hotel was not in a good location. Any decent restaurant was a 15-20 minute drive away and I did not feel very safe walking my dog in the neighborhood surrounding the area. Parking was also an issue as I had to park my car at the gas station because there were no more spaces available when we got back from dinner. Lastly, while the breakfast was free, it was terrible. The eggs were rubbery, the hashbrowns hard as a rock and even my dog would not eat the sausage pucks. We have had a lot of free breakfasts at Best Westerns and this was by far the worst ever. I would not stay at this hotel again and I definitely did not feel like I checked into a BBW "Plus".

Love the hot tub room separate sitting area and breakfast. Could use updating easier parking and layout. Pulse extra Bedding would be nice but over all it's a ok place. Staff was nice and buildings were clean

We enjoyed out stay here...great breakfast, 10 minute drive to Alderwood Mall, spacious room with kitchenette and an additional sink area besides the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Perfect for 3 ladies! Unfortunately, we experienced very annoying night time disturbances from the room above us. Otherwise, no complaints. For us it was great value because we snagged a great rate.

I was going to the Boeing plant tour in Everett. There is no public transportation once you get off the commuter train. The hotel is very far away from the plant and there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is the nicest place around in its area. Wish I had stayed down at the hotel at the Mukilteo ferry.

Best Western Navigator is a solid choice for a stay if you are near Everett, WA for a night or two. It's quite new, so everything in the building is new, which is nice. Price is reasonable for the quality provided. They have a standard free breakfast - eggs, some meats, cereals, muffins, juice, etc., which is all good, and something I always enjoy. Nothing unusual here, but good quality at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

Very impressed with this hotel. We have a large family and we worried about how staff would treat us. We were treated with respect and kindness. Made our time of 7 days go by so easy. Very clean, no drama, and great breakfast. Thanks BW !

Very surprised with this hotel, especially for the price. Hotels in this area are generally not inexpensive, and often are very costly. This hotel, was a very pleasant surprise. I suggest looking into this hotel if you are in the area. The only negative of our experience was the breakfast was not great. However, it is free and serves it's purpose.

The hotel is clean, looks nice and has good amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub. Service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. I ended up with a king room with a kitchenette. The room was good but there were no accessible AC outlets by the bed which was very annoying for charging my phone. Plus one of the outlets in the room was so loose anything would fall out of it. There were enough other plugs around though. The air conditioning was also a bit of a problem. There seemed to be no way to turn it on constantly, only an auto mode. Even at the lowest setting, the room was a little too warm and I couldn't force the AC on. It would come on eventually every so often though. Other than that, the room was clean with lots of space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was good with a fridge, freezer, microwave and stove. There were a few utensils which was good for eating at the hotel. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well with good water pressure and warm water. Breakfast in the morning was great! Lots of choices and it was well stocked and tasted good. Checkout was quick and easy, especially with the form and receipt they slipped under the door to expedite things. Another little bonus was the aviation decor they had, being close to Paine Field and the Boeing factory. Overall, I had a great stay and would return.

The desk staff and the breakfast staff were very helpful and cheerful at all times. i came in late and the night auditor helped out with my iPhone charger. The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked at all the times.

Went to check in and there were 2 police cars in the parking lot. We stayed because it was too late to cancel, this hotel is not in a good area. We stayed here because the boeing plant is close by and we were passing through. The breakfast was ok, but in my book it is way overpriced for what you get. Did not feel clean.

This is a quality hotel with a nice pool and Hot tub. Facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The family enjoyed the facilities and did request to stay another night due to the nice accommodations. Will stay again when the need arises. We did have a small dog which was allowed for the standard additional charge.

The hotel has great staff. The property is dated and the characters in the parking lot were concerning. During the entire stay, we encountered many scary individuals in the parking lot who wanted money or a light.

Nice hotel, new and fresh, the only slight disadvantage is that it is located some distance from Seattle city center, but if this is not important I can strongly recommend it. Excellent restaurant 5 minutes away by walking: "Outback".

Great Breakfast buffet and very large hotel rooms, friendly staff and clean inside and out. Nice location to get to other local city attractions. Close enough to Seattle to enjoy the bigger city, but the affordability in a smaller city.

Stayed here on our way north. Hotel was clean, well appointed. Price included complementary happy hour (beer and wine) with hot dinner, and hot breakfast in the morning. Everything we needed was there - broadband, coffee, tea, small kitchenette, workspace for the business traveler. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice experience here. The room was newly renovated and clean with modern furnishings. We arrived late, and the staff was friendly. Very convenient if you're visiting the Boeing Future of Flight experience.

at this hotel. Room was spacious and comfy with comfortable bed. Kitchenette was adequately stocked and a welcome treat from eating out all the time. Bath was spacious with enough room to place your toiletries on the counter. Linens and towels were nice! We stayed here during a visit to the Boeing factory about 15 mins away. Parking lot is small. Breakfast has breads, bagels, pastries, waffles, cereals, hot entree, and juices with coffee and tea.

Overnight trip from Vancouver Canada with my 2 adult kids to Mulkiteo, Washington State for next morning tour of Boeing factory. First time visitor I made reservation based on relative cost. Almost 33% premium between US$ and C$ one must find value. I believe we did choosing the Best Western Plus Navigator Inn. Arriving around 10 PM after a day touring around Seattle we arrived in Mulkiteo. The industrial & commercial road entering and where the Navigator located looked sketchy at that time of night, so when entering the Navigator's basic lobby I asked to see the room first before committing just in case I would prefer switching to the Hilton adjacent to Boeing Field. The room turned to be large, modern and airy with 2 huge beds that gave us a relaxed sleep, great shower, kitchenette if we had the wont to use it. The breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious. In the morning I had a closer look at the lobby and noticed they had used airplane fuselage parts as interesting components in it's design. So as an ex-airline employee that was cool. The manager says it's lobby will soon be renovated, hope they stay with the same or similar creative theme. The distance from the Field was short. In summation the cost value was worth every penny saved compared to other hotels nearby. After visiting the very interesting tour of Boeing I doubt I will have reason to overnight again in Mulkiteo/Everett. But if I would I certainly would make the same choice. Excellent value.

Arrival was smooth and friendly. Alice was gave me a brief but thorough overview of all the amenities including the complementary dinner being served with beer on tap. Housecleaning was respectful of my private space such as my suitcase but tidied up well and left even my towel that was used refolded and ready for me. Checkout was fast and simple. At $106 per night this was great value.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable but I feel the price was a little too high for the location. I needed a room for 2 weeks and there were no discounts for weekly or extended stays so I had to go stay somewhere else that was more affordable for me.

I found a bug in my bed and I called downstairs and the lady switched me rooms right away. It was hard to sleep after that. I had to wake one of my children up at 11 pm at night to switch rooms. They did not sleep well that night.

This was a pleasant hotel stay for a business trip. Best Western Plus is generally a good value at a nice property. Clean, efficient. Hotel crew was kind and helpful. AAA discount was helpful. I would stay again.

The Navigator is a very nice place to stay. The staff are great and the hotel is very clean. It is centrally located with easy access to the interstate. We took have stayed here previously, and found it to be clean and quiet each time.

Easy access of the interstate. the hotel had excellent customer service. They were very nice to upgrade out room. The rooms are getting a little tired and need to be updated. the grounds outside were very well maintained. The breakfast is good and is changed daily, however you are eating in the lobby.

The hotel access is a bit tricky to find but not undoable. The front desk staff was always cheerful and willing to help. Check in was a breeze and we were given 2 room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was adequate. The inner window curtains had been removed but it didn't affect the light or sound. The breakfast was good. The waffle maker produced excellent waffles. We had a choice of regular or blueberry.There was fruit and cereal and the usual assorted items. The surprise was free happy hour the 2 nights we were there. There were pork sandwiches, chips, beer, wine. The next night it was chips, a little less but still filling and enjoyable. Lupe made sure everything ran smoothly. We had no problem with this location. It was about 30 minutes to Pioneer Square. I'd book this again if we were in the area. The price is right and it's a good hotel.

I stayed at his motel when visiting Everett a few years ago and was pleased with everything then. The only issue was it is tucked back behind some other structures and is difficult to find the first time. The beds were not as comfortable as home yet they are generally not. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Better than home! Clean, peaceful, warm and caring staff, great pool/fitness facilities, great breakfast buffet (not typical hotel free breakfast), coffee 24/7, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot in room, comfy bed, and located in a great spot for visiting all the aviation displays in Everett. Best of all was the staff, who not only were lovely to us, but lovely to a young woman who came in in obvious difficulty. The hotel is dog friendly as well, so what more could a guest ask for? Thanks!

When ever traveling in the Everett area do stay at this hotel. Location is great fast access to l-5, gas, restaurants, and shopping. They offer great prices, evening reception, wide variety for breakfast, beds are comfortable and staff are very professional and go that extra effort to do their best. Hotel has a swimming pool for relaxing and an exercise equipment. Full recognition is given for a diamond member where at other locations this is completely over looked.

Stayed here as part of our visit to the Boeing Factory. Loved the 727 wing over the outside entrance to the foyer, and the aviation theme throughout the building. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was very spacious, and everything was in good order and looked very good. The free breakfast was very good and can't fault the place. Stayed here a bout three years ago and it is still just as good. Rate was very reasonable as well.

As always we used the TA reviews to pick a motel for our annual "Black Friday" shopping trip to Everett/Lynnwood. As always they were right on! Good location? Check! Great staff? Check! Clean spacious room? Check! Great breakfast? Check! And the bonus? Complimentary Happy Hour and dinner which was extended to Black Friday for us shoppers! Another "Black Friday bargain!"

The staff was excellent . When food got low or pool needed towels they were right there. We had a pet friendly room and it didn't feel like the bottom of the ring like other pet friendly hotels. We would recommend.

We stayed here based on the reputation of other Best Western Plus rated hotels and found our experience to be adequate for what our needs were. I was traveling with 2 young children and 2 adults. We found the room to be in good order though it did feel a bit industrial. The room seemed better suited to business travelers expected to stay for extended periods of time. Small kitchenette in the entryway of the room and the furnishings didn't seemed designed to dampen noise in in the room. Breakfast here however was fantastic. (i.e. Waffles, eggs w/ pico de gallo. sausage, fruit, breads and juices)

Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was great, service was excellent and attentive. The hotel was close to stores, restaurants, so overall very convenient. We stayed there 3 nights and had easy access to Seattle and Everett.

The Navigator Inn was easy to find and has easy access to and from the 5. Our room was clean, the bed comfy and had a window that fully opened. The pool was small and swallow but still good for some exercise. It is a great size for kids. They also had a exercise room. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices. The hotel is next to a convenience store/gas station which is very handy. We would stay here again.

We were welcomed with very friendly staff. The hotel room was clean and decently sized. The indoor pool was good for the 4 year old, but a little on the small side. The morning buffet breakfast was great and had lots of variety. Now the not so good news: the walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors above and below you, especially when toilets are flushed or when kids are running around. The bed and sofa bed were just ok. Overall, the previous reviews were pretty much on the money.

We arrived in the evening after being on the road all day and was greeted by a smiling Antonio. Our room was everything we hoped for: comfy bed, quiet. And then the continental breakfast has to have been the best I've ever had and I travel lots. We had some problems understanding out billing but the staff was awesome and helped us!

Excellent small hotel with an above par breakfast and multiple area restaurants and stores. The overall ambiance is a true above the average. Easy jumpoff location for the Freeways and other areas of the Metro area. Hot water, clean rooms and decent beds. The kids that were present seemed to really enjoy the pool. I kept myself amused by looking into some of the vehicles presented on the local car lots. All in all, a very relaxing stay.

a birthday party for 4 year grandson on Saturday. A 8 year old grand daughter's soccer game on Sunday. needed to see both. Did not relish the long drive 2 days in a row. So the best option spend a night at a hotel. Best Western plus is our option. We always get good service and value for the money, and this one we had stayed at before. Bubble tub room wasn't available, darn. Still if ever need to stay overnight in Everett we will always choose this hotel.

Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of extra space. We were upgraded to an executive suite, so had not only a couch and chair but also a little kitchenette. I needed use of a fax and the front desk kindly offered use of theirs. Plus they have a nice little business center with a printer that actually works! Only 30 minutes from downtown Seattle, we'd stay here again to catch some savings on the overpriced downtown hotels.

Nice clean room with a kitchenette. Easy to prepare simple meals in room. Also, breakfast there is wonderful. One morning I requested a simple to go bag..had water, bagel, yogurt, and piece of fruit, ready for me on way out the door. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for just one night but the manageress made us feel we had been here forever. She really put herself out to make us comfortable by giving us a complimentary evening meal to sending a packed supper to our very tired son in his room. The room was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The manageress is a real treasure.

Room was on the second floor. Went to sleep everything was quiet. Woke up around midnight from voices coming from the room above us. Could hear people walking, talking, drawers being slammed. Phoned desk as they told us they would be there 24 hrs. Let the phone ring for a long time but no one answered. Noise finally ceased around 4 am. Hardly got any sleep at all. Would never stay here again unless at was on top floor.

My elderly mother had to move into this hotel for 3 weeks while her apartment was being renovated. She had some special requests, always immediately attended to. I was there often to help her, and they were super friendly to me telling me if we had any issues or needs, just ask! The staff was incredibly nice, from the front desk folks like Kim and the lovely lady Lupe who was kept very busy especially during the complementary dinner buffets. Every single time I called to be connected to my mom's room (LOTS of times) they at the front desk were always exceedingly polite and helpful. I can't say enough about their 5 star service - they must have managers who excel at hiring special people. I'd stay here or recommend it to others again in a heartbeat!

If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, kindness, some where that you will feel at ease stay at this Best Western. They are the best! They provide a great evening light supper which includes beer and wine and an assortment of foods and in the morning a fantastic Breakfast. You get your moneys worth while staying at this hotel.

Good hotel , large comfortable suite with full kitchen facilities and a huge jacuzzi ! Good location accessible to local shopping malls , Boeing experience and visiting Vancouver . Very helpful reception with great reception manager , Antonio Cudd , who went out of his way to make our stay happy and comfortable . The negative points are breakfast lacks healthy options , plenty of unhealthy choice , so I didn't have any unfortunately . The level of housekeeping is quite average and superficial .

Very nice hotel, but what stood out the most for us were the employees. We came into the hotel in the evening without a reservation. We tried to use a Best Western voucher to pay for the room and this turned out to be complicated and unsuccessful venture. However, we were very impressed by the Front Office Manager, Antonio Cudd and how he handled the situation. He was very patient and did everything he could to sort things out and take care of us. We were also impressed the next morning by the staff who were taking care of the breakfast service. It was a very busy Sunday morning and they were running their legs off trying to keep the food coming in a timely manner, and yet they were friendly and smiling, and one of the employees even took the time to help a frail elderly lady with obvious care and compassion. Our stay was a positive experience and the employees made the difference.

Great hotel and great breakfast. I had two sets of relatives stay here during the summer and both sets liked the hotel. It had a very good breakfast for all the tourist-ing they did during the day. This hotel is one mile from my home, so it was a great choice so that they were close.

Clean room. Decent pool and hottub. A specific smell in the hallway but that's understandable as this is a pet friendly condo hotel. Was pleasantly surprised to see all the utensils provided. Even pots and baking trays. And we stayed from Friday night for sat and Sunday; and they had different breakfast options from sat to Sunday. Don't know if it was the weekend thing but it was good breakfast and the variety is good. Loved the stay and the overall Boeing theme. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

I said not a bad place to stay in the area, but you must know the wing I stayed in is in need of a major updating. It is very dated. The table chairs were stained with an unknown substance and you think housekeeping would have noticed or management for that matter. I was worried about the linens, but it was or appeared to be clean.

We stayed here for the long week end for a night and room is really nice. Beds are comfy and the area is quite. Nice pool and hot tub. There breakfast is amazing. I will recommend this to my friends. The price is a bit high though but it is worth. Having a good night sleep is the only thing we needed that night as we are very tired from our long trip.

We travel from Canada once or twice a year to shop at the near by shopping malls. We feel this property is central to where we want to shop. They have a decent breakfast and the rooms are large. i'm not sure if all the rooms have a kitchenette but we usually book a room near the pool and it has a kitchenette and the beds are comfortable. The property has paid laundry machines, a pool/hot tub, and there is a gas station very close by you can walk to it.

This was a great, very nice/clean hotel. I enjoyed the staff, and the free beer and wine during happy hour was awesome. But the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Even the store bought bagels were rock hard.

Need more parking there are not nearly enough spaces for the rooms that there are. The carpet in the hallway is very dirty and it smells. The view out the window was crappy nothing but trash. The staff was very pleasant and the lobby was clean and bright. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. The area the hotel is in is a little sketchy a lot of homeless/bums.

We had a very pleasant stay here on our way down to Oregon. The bed was very comfortable. The room spacious and clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. It included a breakfast that we were unaware off until we were told during check in. I normally do not eat these types of breakfasts but were surprised at the taste of the eggs and sausage and also enjoyed the self made blueberry waffle. Would recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for our annual trek to Seattle area for our (3) fantasy football drafts, it is close to many things we needed. Golf courses and good bars and food establishments. I loved the small pool and hot tub here, the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this clean, fun staffed facility to anyone.

i love staying at any Best Western Plus and this was a really good one. they have better mattresses and good breakfasts. this one also offered evening food M-Th. I was helping family move and having a comfy bed proved very important.

We choose the hotel because we planned a trip to Boeing factory the next day. It is a good hotel, clean, well maintenance and with friendly staffs.They replied my email promptly and answer my questions patiently.

This suited our needs for this evening. Not that easy to find places in Everett. The little kitchenette is a real plus. Parking felt safe enough-- out of sight from the busy street. Décor on the '60's side -- with an aviator theme, being close to Paine Field.

We selected the Best Western Navigator Inn & Suites in Everett partially for the great rates, and also for the proximity to the Boeing Everett tour. The property sits a bit back from the main road but I was able to navigate to the front door without any problems. The lobby was clean and open, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Antonio gave us the information that we needed. Our room had 2 queen beds and the additional vanity outside of the bathroom area was a plus. Kitchenette was also a a hit. The room was spacious for the 4 of us, beds were clean and comfortable. There wasn't a hint of noise even though our room was located right above the lobby. Pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was always stocked, and staff were on hand to replenish any supplies that were low. Same thing for the afternoon Managers Reception. Food, snacks, and refreshments were always in good supply even though it was busy. If we make it back to the Everett area again we'll be sure to be stopping by.

We had a great time at this hotel. The Boeing Tour was awesome. and only 15 minutes drive. Great eating places nearby. Close to Seattle - about 1 hr with no traffic. Several local smaller-type restaurants offered change-of-pace to usual varieties. Bedding was cool and comfortable. Our first night's room had 2 separate living and bedroom rooms, and hot tub within the bedroom - very nice touch. Our second & third night required moving to another King room - not as large, but still had "kitchen" area. Staff is very accommodating to your needs.

Checked in late and had planned a 3 night stay. However our room had an odour as soon as we walked in. The night clerk came up to smell it and at first thought it was the cleaning products but then realized it was not! There were no other rooms available so she asked if we would like an air freshener. We ended up going to buy 3 at Chevron and gave her the receipt and she comped us for 1. We made coffee and that didn't help either. First time we have ever encountered this problem! We will be moving to another hotel in the morning ??.

Very late nite arrival handled extremely well for no reservation and a very tired Senior Couple. Warm and friendly staff making every effort to assist and please. A location to return to. Bonus morning breakfast that was top notch as expected from BW.

This hotel has a good location and is ell presented, reasonable value, but not fancy.The weather was hot and a working A/C was reasonably quiet. The hotel staff are very helpful and are friendly, too.

Upon check very helpful on all available amenities'. Location info. Couldn't get hotel computer to get my boarding pass. Esmarelda went online she actually showed me what to do. She got it for. She was wonderful! Helpful with a smile.

This is by far the best Best Western Plus that we've stayed in. Their complimentary dinner plus beer and wine from Mon-Thur was wonderful, not to mention the hot breakfast. It's sufficient for the price that you're paying. The fully equipped kitchen in the room that we stayed in was a bonus. It has a full size appliances.

The room was very nice. Great location for visiting Boeing plant. Clean room, quiet, breakfast offered, comfortable room, laundry available, great location. Parking was free and adequate, a very nice place to stay.

Where do I start. I'm here on business for a week and I couldn't be more pleased. They offer FREE access to gym next door ( the onsite gym is just cardio) . They offer FREE shuttle service 7 am- 7pm, FREE beer and wine and lite dinner M- F, on site laundry FREE, FREE breakfast ( waffles, oatmeal, eggs, ham, biscuits, great coffee). I'm in an executive suite with 2 TVs, mini kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, small fridge, for a very reasonable price! The room is modern, clean, granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed, Super Nice Staff!! I wish all hotels could be this accommodating. You won't be disappointed !

I stay at a lot of Best Westerns and this place was the greatest place I've ever stayed in. Best Western Plus Navigator Inn reflects positively on the entire hotel chain. Clean in every aspect, professional and accommodating staff and impeccably maintained facility. They offer a whole lot more than what is expected in any hotel stay. I've never given a cross-the-board "10" for any hotel in my life, but I did for this one. Keep up the good work, this hotel is what other hotels should strive to be like.

We were able to walk to the check in (with out reservations) and be in our room with in minutes, Our room was clean and we had friendly service. The breakfast was not bad They had waffles, eggs, gravy and sausages, different fruits, cereals, and yogurts. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again with my family.

Best place I've ever stayed at. The general manager Ayesha was constantly serving customer needs and helping everyone. An incredible experience. Totally red carpet treatment. I highly recommend this heavenly experience.

Hotel staff go above and beyond, breakfast is by far the best breakfast I have ever seen anywhere, clean, well located. This hotel has everything you could ever want for an amazing stay away from home. They take care of all your needs and are the most friendly staff I have ever encountered.

Great location close to the Seattle Premium Outlets and Seattle. The pool is small however it is not used much so it was a private pool for my husband and I. The hot tub was a welcome break after a day of shopping. The breakfast was standard and well liked by everyone. The breakfast area was always busy in the morning. We had a king kitchenette suite it had a nice fridge, 2 burner stove, and toaster. The sleep quality was definitely impacted by the pillows. The pillows were foam chip and very small - think couch pillow/decorative pillow. 6 pillows on the bed and they still did not reach end for end. The hair blower and built in shampoo dispenser did not work but was quickly rectified.

Nice room, nice hotel, convenient location. Room was comfortable and met my needs for short one night layover. Liked it so much, I booked with another Best Western. Lost one star because my room was not ready at 4PM and parking spaces are limited. Staff was very nice.

What can I say...we had a group of 28 people and the hotel not only worked perfect with it's location to the Boeing Plant Tour but the hotel staff and the Area Director, Bill Rode could not have been more helpful. Beautiful exterior and interior design to go with the airplane theme. We stay at least 30 days a year in a hotel. This hotel not only provided a great hot breakfast but hosts a light dinner Monday-Thursday (to include beer or wine) for all guests and offers a free laundry room. Needless to say we will be back! Can't wait to see next year after the entire interior undergoes a renovation!

Indoor pool small but pretty nice. Newly build Clean and smells good. My little ones love the pool and eating area ! 25 min to tulalip premium outlet. I was traveling to Bellevue couldn't find a hotel under $250 with indoor pool so I found here at everett and also is close to the premium outlet!!!

This was a fun hotel to stay in. It is very close to the Boeing airline museum. The hotel has an aviation theme. We liked it a lot. It has a good fitness center and a nice location. We will come back.

This hotel is conveniently located in Everett, Washington. We came down for the weekend to visit the Flying Heritage Museum which is close by. Our room was clean and spacious. It included a fridge and microwave at no additional costs. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a unique navigator theme as the face of the hotel looks like it is a part of an aircraft hanger. Very brilliant and unique idea concept. The hotel is beside a gas station and you have to look out for the proper entrance to the front of the hotel. The breakfast is good and convenient........however they need to consider providing some more gluten free options. Eg gluten free cereals and muffins. Otherwise the breakfast is okay. I would definitely come back to this hotel location.

We were there for two nights, and the great thing is that we had no problems. The complimentary hot breakfast was good. Eggs, fruit, pastries, waffles, cereal, yogurt. The design of the hotel is interesting, with an aeronautical theme The awning over the entrance is an airplane wing, for example. It's interesting. I've had good results with the Best Western brand, and this was no exception.

I could not get the heating/cooling unit to do anything by very cold air. The shower malfunctioned and made it very difficult to get the soap off. I informed management when I checked out and certainly would have liked a partial refund but none was offered. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was excellent with many, many choices.

We stayed here for 4 days. The people were incredibly helpful. When we first arrived we realized we had forgotten to buy a gallon of milk for my baby brother. We asked if they could bring us a glass or two after explaining to them what had happened. Well, they gave us an entire gallon . They supplied hi chairs and pool floats. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We choose this place as it was easy to get to in drive usa/Canada. The staff here are super friendly and helped us. The gym has decent equipment and the swimming pool nice and clean. We stayed in a room by the main road and heard no noise for the night. I am also a light sleeper so this was a bonus being so quiet. The breakfast was really goood a range as well

I was just looking for a decent place to relax from my business trip, I got so much more! Conveniently located not far from the center of town, you get a whimsical feeling going in under the wing of an airplane. Friendly front-counter folks informed me that they were going to start their light dinners shortly. Apparently a few hotels are doing this during the week, the best part? You can have 3 beers or wines for free! and it's Shocktop, not Bud-light! The rooms are nicely sized mine came with a kitchenette. There was an unfortunate fire alarm incident (patron forgot about something he put in the oven, and then went to sleep. Not to worry the staff did a great job ensuring we were all safe.

This is a great long or stay place to stay. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are always consistently clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast and evening reception during the week.

Excellent in every way. In particular a truly accommodating hotel. Terrific shuttle not just to airports but to attractions and mass transit. Allowed to check in at 10:30 am and check out at 3:00 to accommodate our transport arrangements. Highly recommended

Travelling with our grandson we booked the one bedroom suite. Perfect with well equipped kitchen and spacious master bedroom with bubble tub. This room was spacious, bright and very clean. The pool had easy access and was heated. Breakfast choices varied and the service was excellent. Monday to Friday also has evening "snacks" which are adequate as a meal, complete with draft beer and wine - at no charge. We arrived early by train (10:30 AM) and they made sure the room was available for us at that time. Leaving, our train was at 5:30 PM and they allowed us to remain in the room until 3:00 PM. They have complimentary shuttle that takes you a maximum of 10 miles which was perfect for taking the Rapid Transit into Seattle. This hotel treats their guests very well, and it is obvious the staff love their job!!

I hope the Best Western Plus Navigator Inn, Everett is representative of Best Western Hotels because I will refer my friends and family. Our only concern is that they would think that we are exaggerating. But in fact, It is hard for us to find anything about our stay that wasn't perfect. The property and every detail of our stay was a memorable experience. Most important we found every employee to be friendly, courteous and concerned that we were served. Thank you.

We stayed at the Best Western Navigator Inn, Everett, WA from Jul 21 to Jul 26, 2016. We found the facility very clean, the complimentary breakfast exceptional, all the staff very customer friendly and helpful. I was in Seattle to visit family and this was my first time at the Best Western Navigator. What a great hotel; excellent breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and a kitchenette. I was very impressed. Will be back!

spent one night there and it was a nice stay very comfy,easy to get to and the staff was very accommodating ,room was very roomy and quiet with a kitchenette to use. would stay there again if in the area

The pictures look great and would draw you in if you are on a business trip. You will be greeted with very helpful check-in staff and the House Keeping staff that are working are very friendly too. The only issues is the oldness of the rooms and my room had some sort of stain on the table chair that was very obvious. I used the business chair that was well used. I also noticed a band aide and duct tape stuck to the curtain draw pull. Made me wonder what the other rooms were like. This was addressed with the Check-Out staff, so I hope it was addressed. If you have room 327 take a good look at the rooms condition.

We have stayed here a couple of times, this trip to go on the Boeing Tour. The breakfast is good and we even enjoyed the complimentary evening meal provided the following day, very welcome surprise, Great staff, good size rooms and clean comfortable beds, Perfect! Having a bit of wing and fuselage for a front entrance is cool too!

we didn't go far. Needed some grandbaby time, and 5 live in Everett. Needed so down time, a good way for me is a hot tub and a good book. dinner with part and breakfast with the other part. Best Westerns are our choice of hotels where ever we go. Consistently a good value for the price paid. looking forward to the next time and there will be a next time.

Good place to crash. Pool temperature a little cool. Good location -- convenient. Unusual theme for hotel -- enjoyed the airplane motif. Parking was adequate. Visiting family so it was well suited for the area. Easy access and easy to find.

Nicely done exterior and good breakfast and weekday evening bites to eat along with spirits. The room was a good size; the room had a musty wet smell that was not pleasant. The walls appear to be paper thin; was woken up multiple times at night during the three night stay due to doors closing steps above my room and banging on walls.
